“Supreme Championship Wrestling...”

A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.

MAIN SHOW:

The opening bars of “The Old Me” by Memphis May Fire play as the Breakdown logo flies across the screen.

I'm thinking about the old me

'Cause I've been feeling empty

I never used to be so dead inside

Shots of Selena Frost celebrating with the World Championship start before we see a shot of the Konrad Raab, bloodied, standing tall in the ring. Following this is Cid Turner punching CHBK in the concourse. Ace Sky diving off the top rope onto an opponent follows.

I think I lost my memory

I can't remember carefree

And all my days turn into fight or flight

Holly Adams standing on Asher Hayes at Tactical Warfare follows before we see Syren hitting the Total Makeover on an opponent. The One choking out Beard before we see Polly Playtime diving off the top rope and landing on an opponent with a crossbody.

I wanna get back, tell me how to get back

I wanna get back, tell me how to get back

Holly Adams throwing Syren into the windshield of a pink convertible follows before we see The Happy Farmstead Friends holding the SCW World Tag Team Championship. Ravyn Taylor standing on the ropes, looking down at herself, follows before we see Gavin Taylor hitting an opponent with the Gavin Taylor Lariat. Glory Braddock hitting the London Plunge on a downed opponents is next before we see Tsunami hitting a running body avalanche on an opponent in the corner.

Say it again, say it again, tell me what I wanna hear

Tell me that I'm gonna be fine and there's nothing left to fear

'Cause I've been losing sleep (losing sleep)

Trying to get back to who I used to be

Where is the old me?

Autumn Valentine hitting the Blindspot on a foe follows before we see a shot of Owen Lee and Daisy Lee on their way to the ring, and then a shot of Kimberly Williams licking a staple gun. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen and remains on it for a few moments.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa. The cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.

Sharper: “Heading into the Midwest, we come into Des Moines for Breakdown and tonight, our new champions take possession of their titles!”

The cameras continue to pan across the crowd. After a few moments, we cut to ringside where Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots sit at the announce position.

Sharper: “Hello again everyone. Adam Sharper here with Jonathan Knots at ringside. Not only will we see our champions, in mere moments, take possession of their titles after Kimberly Williams’s Trios Cash-in last week, but we have some big champions.”

Knots: “That’s to put it mildly. Tonight, TV Title on the line. Bree Lancaster makes her first defense against Kandis. And Kandis is pissed off. That’s putting it mildly.”

Sharper: “She was leading last week in falls before she was thrown out of the arena which reset her count. But that’s not all. Tonight, Alexis Quinne who just watched. We barely saw her last week. She merely watched backstage and kept out of any of the fighting. She will be in action against someone else who had nothing to do with last week’s chaos, James Evans.”

Knots: “Will be interesting to see what happens there. But tonight, also, the House of Frost takes on Polly Playtime and Aisling, a result of their trying to help the now former World Tag Team Champions, but being too proud to accept that help.”

Sharper: “We will also have Simon Lyman and Amy Chastaine speak to us all. All this and more, but now, let’s go to the ring where Jessica Winters is with the founder of SCW, Mr. D.”

The scene opens up in the ring where we see seven platforms in the ring, one holding each SCW title belt. Jessica Winters stands in the ring with Mr. D.

Winters: “Fans, last week we saw a unique match, unlike any other. It lasted the entire match. People fought all over, the ring, the backstage area, the kitchen, the washroom…And by the time it was done…all but one championship belt changed hands. Mr. D, our founder is here, to hand off the titles. First off, comments after last week.”

Mr. D smiles as the crowd gives a bit of a mixed reaction.

Mr. D: “While last week was…unorthodox, it showed the fighting spirit of so many people on our roster. Some wrestlers were undoubtedly upset, particularly our champions, but they stepped up and tried to retain them. Our roster saw the opportunity and for many of them, they took the fight to earn titles and well, as you mentioned, the landscape of SCW was completely changed.”

Mr. D pauses.

Mr. D: “So…let us start by honouring and announcing our new champions to allow them to take ownership of what they have earned.”

Winters: “In that case, let us begin with the progenitor of last week’s match, the woman who cashed in her Trios contract to lead to this match…the NEW SCW Underground Champion…the Wildcard, Kimberly Williams!”

The crowd erupts in cheers as the lights go out, except for a single spotlight at the top of the stage. The opening chords to “Patient Number 9” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play.  A haunting voice is heard…

"Is there a way out of here?"
"Hey, how long you been here?"
"I wanna go home"
"Hey, hahaha"
"Hahaha"
"Excuse me, could you tell how to get out of here?"
"Hahaha"
"I want to go home"
"Hahaha"
"Mommy, mommy"

The song begins to rage full bore now. Suddenly the lights come back on and Kimberly Williams is standing at the top of the stage to a loud, mostly positive, reaction from the fans. She stands at the top of the stage, arms outstretched and laughs, before starting to run down to the ring. She runs down before sliding into the ring. She heads over as Mr. D holds up the SCW Underground Championship from the pedestal. Kim, however, runs over to Mr. D and hugs him. She then quickly turns and grabs his hand, gives it a rather violent shake, before grabbing the title from Mr. D and embracing it. She can be seen “shhhh”ing it as she even strokes it and then places it over her shoulder. She then smiles as the crowd roars.

Sharper: “Kimberly Williams over the moon.”

Knots: “Over a lot. But she’s got the title she wants.”

Sharper: “Fourth time she’s held this title.”

Mr. D turns and moves to the SCW Television Championship.

Winters: “Next…our NEW SCW Television Champion…and with it, joining the ranks of Supreme Champions….Bree Lancaster!”

The crowd cheers as the lights dim slightly as a male voice speaks:

“When's the last time you were afraid?”
“I haven't been afraid a day in my life.”

The music and chorus of Shinedown's “Dead Don't Die” kicks in, with white strobe lights flashing in time. Bree Lancaster runs out from the curtain, arms spread wide, hands facing up, and a smile on her face.

{The dead don't die, the heart still beats
Head held high, I haunt these streets
Life's killed me a hundred thousand times
You can try, you can try, but the dead don't die}

Bree makes her way down the ramp.

{Knock me down six feet deep
One more round, no reprieve
Life's killed me a hundred thousand times
You can try, you can try, but the dead don't die}

Bree sprints up the ring steps, quickly wipes her feet on the apron then steps through the ropes. She walks over to Mr. D and shakes his hand as Mr. D takes the SCW Television Championship off the pedestal and hands it to Bree. Bree takes it and looks at it. Mr. D leans forward and says something to her briefly as Bree looks up. She then turns to Kim who has her arm outstretched and smiling widely. Bree turns and reluctantly shakes her hand.

Kim: “You’re welcome!”

Bree nods and steps back as she looks at the title a bit longer before placing it over her shoulder.

Sharper: “Bree entering the list, a very short list, of particularly acclaimed figures, having won every major title in SCW – the Television and Underground sharing a spot given its past history.”

Winters: “Next…the only champion to retain her title…one half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions….SELENA FROST!”

The crowd roars as the cameras turn to the stage.

BELIEVE IT!

The SCW Universe are on their feet as  “Kings and Queens” by Ava Max as plays throughout the arena, snow “falling” along the electronic floor and screens as, out from the back walks the Snow Queen, Selena Frost, taking in the crowd of the SCW Universe.

Slowly, Selena shifts her head, her sapphire eyes locked towards the ring but she doesn’t do her usual entrance. Instead, she just heads to the ring. She looks at the ring as Mr. D walks over to the SCW World Tag Team Championship.

Sharper: “An odd situation for Selena Frost. She retains the title, but her partner, Deanna, did not. She was another who despite a strong showing was forced out of the building, more via error. So focused on fighting Polly Playtime and in the process, just went over the exit line by about a foot.”

Knots: “Broke the threshold of the door and that was it.”

Selena Frost reaches the ring and walks up the steel steps. She looks into the ring and wipes her feet before stepping into the ring. She steps forward, acknowledging Jessica Winters before stepping forward and Mr. D extends his hand to shake her hand. Selena however just takes the title. Kim steps forward, extending her arm, but Selena ignores her and takes the title and walks over to the corner, clearly annoyed by the situation. Mr. D looks at her and they share another glance at one another.

Knots: “Talk about a frosty reception.”

Sharper: “Selena Frost was among the most vocal backstage heading into the match. She believed last week was a slap in the face to every champion and challenger who fought their hearts out at Retribution.”

Winters: “And next…the holder of the other SCW World Tag Team Championship belts, and with Selena, the new SCW World Tag Team Champions….Ace Marshall!”

An emergency siren begins to go off, as a black and grey WARNING: EXPLICIT CONTENT appears on the screen.

"ADRENALIZE ME"

The crowd roars as "Adrenalize" begins to play throughout the arena. Blue and green strobe lights begin spinning over the arena. The crowd cheers as Ace Marshall steps out on stage wearing a Selena Frost “I Believe!” t-shirt. He raises his arms up at the top of the stage, before casually strolling down the ramp. Selena Frost just rolls her eyes.

Knots: “Good to see Ace is looking to focus on teambuilding!”

Sharper: “He’s been just sharing all of the SCW merch he owns apparently.”

Phillips: "Making his way to the ring, hailing Las Vegas, Nevada, ACE MAAARSHALL!"

Ace hops onto the apron and looks into the ring. He then steps up and walks over and shakes Jessica Winters’s hand before turning and going over to Kimberly Williams and doing the same. The two talk to one another, all smiles, before Ace turns to Mr. D who holds the other SCW World Tag Team Championship belt. As he does, we see Lexy Chapel jogging down to the ring. She rolls into the ring, placing her heels on the apron. She gets up and runs over to Ace’s side. Ace is about to take the title as Lexy grabs it and pulls it away from Mr. D. She turns and demands Ace turn around. Ace just does and shrugs as Lexy places the title around his waist. She makes sure it’s fastened before turning and holding up Ace’s arm. Ace nods and steps forward. Lexy turns and Ace points to Selena Frost. Selena just looks at Ace and shakes her head.

Sharper: “Lexy Chapel here with Ace. Running out a bit late.”

Knots: “Yeah, but Ace is focusing on Selena Frost and Selena still far from pleased.”

Winters: “Next…the NEW SCW Adrenaline Champion…”

The camera cuts to Bree Lancaster who looks at the entrance way.

Winters: “Earning this title for the first time in her hall of fame career….SYREN!”

The lights in the arena plunge into darkness. A pulsing sound plays out across the PA system as the fans cheer. “Groupie” by Cassie Steele then hits as we see Syren step out from the back and she pauses to take in the atmosphere before walking down toward the ring.

DARK FANTASY

Syren walks down the ramp when suddenly, Lexy Chapel, having since exited the ring, has run over to Syren and grabs her arm. Syren looks at her, before Lexy points to her. She then nods and tries to get the fans hyped up. Suddenly, we hear an oh and a roar as we cut to the ring where Ace Marshall has been knocked down, knocking down two of the pedestals, and looking up at Selena Frost.

Knots: “Frost just clocked Ace Marshall!”

Sharper: “Lexy Chapel left to go to Syren, so I think Syren is part of LexyCorp officially or something, but Ace Marshall went to Syren and said something. And Selena just waylaid him!”

Mr. D turns to her as Selena just jaws at Ace as Ace looks up, smirking. Kimberly Williams mockingly shadowboxes as Mr. D turns and looks at Ace and checks on him before turning back. We then see officials heading down to the ring as Syren climbs onto the apron. Lexy runs over and rolls to the ring. She goes to head over to Selena, but Syren stops her and talks to her. Lexy glances back as Selena steps through the ropes. She then says something to Mr. D before dropping down to the floor. Officials come to the ring.

Sharper: “And things getting heated. And all of the champions are not yet out!”

Knots: “Bree and Syren are the one’s facing each other at Playing the Wild Card!”

Sharper: “Ace Marshall said something to Selena, and Selena didn’t like it. Now saying something to Mr. D. We’ll try and just get things a bit calmer here and we’ll be back. US and World Champions to be crowned!”

Selena starts to walk around the ring as Lexy now goes to Ace and checks on him as the scene cuts away.

Breakdown returns as open up in the ring where Bree Lancaster, Kimberly Williams and Syren, with Lexy Chapel, are in the ring with Mr. D and Jessica Winters.

Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown. After Selena clocked Ace Marshall before the break, she’s left, and officials have asked Ace to leave.”

Knots: “Lexy started leaving with Ace, but then came back and is now with Syren!”

Winters: “Next-“

Chapel walks over and steps in and grabs the microphone.

Chapel: “Hey! Wait! No! To show that DISRESPECT to the greatest wrestler HERE?! Syren…put the title back.”

Syren, who is holding her Adrenaline Championship, turns.

Chapel: “Put it back on the pedestal.”

Syren sighs and does.

Chapel: “No, did you not want that man to put the title around your waist.”

Syren puts a hand up and goes to stop Chapel.

Chapel: “No! You wanted it. We all were sick of it, but we still love you. And I love you. And I love you enough to DEMAND it here. So D…if you want this championship parade to continue, even though you have the real World Champ right there, do her right!”

Chapel looks at Syren as Syren looks at Mr. D. Mr. D shrugs and picks up the title. He steps forward.

Chapel; “Come on…turn around. You’ve DREAMED of this, Syren! Come on! Milk it!”

Syren shakes her head as she holds her arms out. Mr. D places the title around her waist. Bree Lancaster shakes her head as Mr. D then fastens it to Syren. Syren then turns as Chapel smiles.

Chapel: “There you go! Mr. D put the title around your waist. Take a moment, girl!”

Syren shakes her head and then looks out at the crowd. Chapel heads over and raises her arm. Winters recomposes herself.

Winters: “Well…Syren, your new Adrenaline Champion…”

Winter clears her throat.

Winters: “Next…your new SCW United States Champion…the former World Champion…Owen Cruze!”

The opening rifts to The Black Adam Theme kick in, as mist fills the entranceway. The music stops, a huge explosion rocks the entranceway and Owen jumps, seemingly through the floor and landing on his feet, dropping to one knee and punching the floor. Owen gets to his feet, and looks left and right at the reaction he is getting, a look of focus and determination on his face as he takes in the crowd. With real intensity, he begins the walk down to the ring, slapping the hand of anyone who offers, a laser show accompanying him all the way to the bottom of the ramp.

Sharper: “Your new US Champion and Owen Cruze and Josh Hudson switching championships. And that means they’ll also face each other at Playing the Wildcard in a title for title match.”

Knots: “All the marbles to put it simply! The feud of 2022 coming to 2023. Josh wanted it. Owen wanted it. It’s happening!”

He then slides in and under the bottom rope, before getting in. He stands up as he looks over at the SCW World Championship. He stares it at a moment before stepping forward and over ot Mr. D who takes the SCW United States Championship belt off the pedestal. He then steps forward as Owen shakes his hand. The two look at one another. Kimberly Williams meanwhile just looks away, playfully whistling.

Sharper: “And look at that visual. Owen Cruze and Mr. D shaking hands.”

Knots: “After what they’ve been through over the years.”

Mr. D then hands him the SCW United States Championship. Cruze takes it and holds it over his head. He looks out at the crowd before placing it over his shoulder. He then turns, standing in the middle of the ring. The crowd roars as his music fades out.

Winters: “And finally…your NEW SCW World Champion…to face Owen Cruze in a rematch for both the US and World Championship at Playing the Wildcard….Josh Hudson!”

The crowd boos. “Duality” by Slipknot blares through the PA system. The cameras show the crowd who begin booing before zooming in at the entrance way, where Josh Hudson steps out. He wears a sleeveless black hoodie as he slowly makes his way down the ramp. He reaches the bottom of the ramp and he looks out to the crowd before making his way up the ring steps, and climbs into the ring. Owen Cruze watches him as Mr. D walks over to Josh Hudson and the SCW World Championship, but Josh just grabs the World Title and looks at it and then proudly places it on his shoulder. Mr. D backs up as Josh Hudson looks at Owen Cruze and smirks. Cruze just keeps looking at Hudson.

Knots: “Hudson placing that title over his shoulder like it should have always been there.”

Sharper: “He’d certainly say that. But he knows Owen is waiting for him!”

Hudson then walks over to Jessica Winters and leans to the microphone.

Hudson: “Don’t worry Owen…I saw you lookin’. I saw that you wanted what’s over my shoulder.”

Hudson smirks.

Hudson: “I’ll admit I’d rather have taken this from you directly, but I’ll take it.”

Hudson turns to Kim.

Hudson: “Thanks Kim. I don’t think you’re going to hear that enough. But thank you. Because now, you and I, Owen, we don’t need to wait. It’s all set in stone!”

Hudson smirks again as Owen keeps looking at Hudson.

Hudson: “You and I, one on one, Playing the Wildcard. US title on the line…World Title on the line. Winner take all. And frankly Owen, you should be worried. Because after all of this talk of getting to the top…even getting your redemption. I saw your little handshake with D there. All of it is going to gone just like that!”

Hudson snaps his fingers.

Hudson: “Almost perfect…going to be at my hands too. After I made you tap at Rise to Greatness. I can do it again and then Owen, you won’t have a guaranteed rematch. You won’t have anything. And frankly, Owen, THAT is how our rivalry should end.”

Owen smirks as Hudson leans back and at the ropes. Owen steps up to Jessica Winters and looks across at Hudson.

Owen: “You know Josh…I’m a bit impressed. I was expecting more of a rant about how we had to wait so long for this match. Seems like you’re just happy you got it. Well so am I. Because I don’t like that I lost the World Championship as I did. And while there’s the elephant in the room about the Underground Championship…”

Owen glances back at Kim as Kim rubs her hands. Owen turns back to Josh.

Owen: “We do have unfinished business. But while you can talk about how you got me to tap at Rise to Greatness and yeah, that moment may live rent-free in my head, the fact is that because it does, it makes me more dangerous. But you are right…no rematches. No second chances. I either step up and get it done or Josh, you get the last laugh.”

The crowd boos a bit.

Owen: “And God knows we don’t need to hear that forever. So Josh…we’ll get the match we both want…in Kansas City…and Josh, I just plan to beat you. So be ready because if I know one thing…I shocked Xander…I handled Hairless Penguin…I rose to the occasion with Kimberly Williams.”

Williams sticks her tongue out and mocks Owen a bit as Owen glances at her again.

Owen: “And I gave Adam Allocco the beating he deserved…but none of that will pale in comparison for how important April 23 will be for me. Because on that night, I END this by becoming a Double Champion and over you. Don’t need feud or match of the night. Just need to win!”

Owen looks right at Josh Hudson. Hudson smirks. The two stand up across one another, both holding their titles over their shoulders.

Winters: “Josh Hudson and Owen Cruze will meet one on one, one more time, April 23, Playing the Wildcard, US Title! World Title! Winner Take All!”

The camera pans back as we see Owen and Josh face to face. They jaw at one another as they continue to do that.

Sharper: “Josh Hudson and Owen Cruze, you can feel the tension, the anger, the rivalry.”

Knots: “It’s all going to be taken care of at Playing the Wildcard!”

Sharper: “And wait…look at Bree and Syren! They’ve had enough of being overshadowed!”

Knots: “Not so much them…look at Chapel!”

Chapel getting up in Bree’s face. Bree just says something as Syren then comes over to get Lexy Chapel back. Syren turns and looks at Bree. Bree points at Syren’s title. Syren nods. Kimberly Williams just looks around before then pulling up her shirt. She then pulls out a staple gun. Kimberly Williams looks around as Hudson exits the ring. Owen keeps watching him as the scene cuts away.

Backstage, we see Jaina Lancaster with Ace Marshall backstage as Ace Marshall, holding his SCW World Tag Team Championship, and shaking his head.

Ace: “I just don’t know…I don’t know what came over her.”

Jaina: “Ace, earlier, you and Selena got physical. You have a long history with her.”

Ace: “But history is that…it’s in the past.”

Ace shakes his head, clearly overacting at this point.

Ace: “Selena needs to let go. Her and I could be the greatest tag team champions EVER! I mean, this is a gift. Two former World Champions. We even have people who follow us around like lost puppy dogs. It’s perfect. We have so much in common! And we cover the entire Union. I’m from Houston. She’s from Nome. EVERYONE can cheer for us! I’ll even change my name to Frost if she needs that just to make it a bit less jarring!”

Ace sighs.

Ace: “I hope she can get over her past issues. I’m ready to move forward and make history! To the Greatest Tag Team EVER! I BELIEVE! I BELIEVE! I BELIEVE!”

Ace pumps his fist as he walks off. Jaina watches him leave as the scene fades to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

MOMENTS AGO:

We see a still of Owen watching Josh Hudson in the ring as Bree Lancaster and Syren talk to one another, with Lexy Chapel standing with Syren. We also see Kimberly Williams in the ring, reaching for something under her shirt while Mr. D and Jessica Winters talk.

Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown. It’s a wild start, and while we were hearing from Ace Marshall, we didn’t even notice it at first.”

Knots: “Not until we hear a notable yell and look what the cameras caught after Josh Hudson left the ring!”

We see Kimberly Williams pulling out a staple gun from her waistline and then sneaking over toward Mr. D who is distracted before stepping over and stapling him right in the left buttock. Mr. D yells in pain as he falls over to the ropes as Kim drops down and rolls to the floor. She then throws her arms in the air and laughs as she jogs a bit around the ring. Owen, Syren and Bree all turn to Mr. D as Jessica checks on her too.

Knots: “Mr. D just got his ass stapled!”

Sharper: “Kimberly Williams…does anything shock us?”

Cameras focus on Kim as she smiles and heads to the rampway. We then cut to the ring to see Mr. D holding his left buttock, clearly in pain. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

Backstage, the scene opens up with Kimberly Williams smiling as she walks over to a crew member.

Kim: “Hello!”

The crew member starts to back up.

Kim: “Hey! I’m not going to maim you. That’s next week when I face Datura. And I’m done for tonight. Here…have this…”

Kim extends the staple gun to the crew member. He takes it sheepishly.

Kim: “Get it to SCW HQ. Totally something that should be on display at Fanfest at Rise to Greatness weekend. It’s the staple gun that got Mr. D! Thanks! Bye!”

Kimberly Williams just walks off as the crew member looks at the staple gun, somewhat confused.

???: “Kim!”

Kim: “Oh no…I’m in twouble!”

Kim steps forward and smiles as Angelica Jones walks over to her.

Kim: “Hi mom!”

Angelica: “Kim…did you really need to staple your boss’s ass?”

Kim: “If you can’t staple them, then what kind of free country is this!”

Angelica: “Be serious.”

Kim: “I am! Plus, payback for protecting Cruzerweight the Second. Having to wait.”

Angelica: “Still, you already thought they may not like you. This isn’t going to help.”

Kim: “That’s why you’re here. Plus, it was the right thing to do. Who WOULDN’T staple their boss’s ass when they had a chance. And I took it. And now I’m part of history!”

Angelica: “You did that last week.”

Kim: “Meh…that was a week ago!”

Kim shrugs and heads off as Angelica shakes her head as Breakdown cuts back to the ring.

Ravyn Taylor vs. Cassie Wolfe

The camera cuts to the crowd where we see a group of red-shirted security walking in through one of the ground-level entrances. They line up in front of the fans for a moment and seem to be holding them back. Then the lights go out leaving the arena in complete darkness. The screen fills with images of Franklin D. Roosevelt’s inaugural address.

“So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is—”

There’s a record scratch before a deep voice fills the arena.

“INFAMOUS!”

The opening of “Open Your Eyes” by Guano Apes hits the PA system.

“Hide your face forever
Dream and search forever-ever-ever-ever”

The song gets stuck on the word and is then interrupted by the deep sound of the voice of Marilyn Manson.

“Just lay your head in daddy’s lap
You’re a bad girl!”

“Bad Girl” by Avril Lavigne hits the PA system as we cut to the backstage. We see Ravyn Taylor walking the corridors. Ravyn has her ring-gear on, and most notably her ring jacket. We can hear the boos from the live crowd as we follow her walking backstage. We then cut to the shot of the doorway again where we see Ravyn Taylor walk through. She pauses, a smirk on her face for a moment, before beginning to walk to the ring.

Sinfully Seductive

DARK FANTASY

We follow her as she makes her way down toward ringside, with security keeping fans back in the aisles. Ravyn doesn’t seem at all distracted by the noise and movement of people around her however, keeping her eyes focused on the ring. She gets to the barricade and pauses, peering around to smirk.

Phillips: “Introducing first, hailing from Hell, Michigan, she is an SCW Hall of Famer, an SCW Supreme Champion, and a BAD, BAD GIRL, this is RAVYN TAYLOR!”

Ravyn steps up the ring steps, pausing for a moment before encouraging Jason Phillips to walk over toward her. She points to the ropes, telling him to sit on the middle rope to lower it for her. He hesitates before doing exactly that, and she responds by vaulting over the top rope and just smirking at him. She then casually removes her jacket, tossing it into the corner before climbing the turnbuckles on the left camera side and looking out toward the camera.

Sharper: “Interesting match here. The dynamics between Ravyn and Syren last week were very interesting to say the least. You just never know the mindset Ravyn is in but with the deterioration in her relationship with her wife, I don’t think there is anyone safe from her mind games.

The opening riff of “Wolf Within” hits the speakers and once the lyrics kick in Cassie Wolfe emerges from the back excited to start the match, with her hands on her leather jacket’s sides the rookie wrestler turns her back to the crowd.

Phillips: “And her opponent, from Greenock, South Australia, now residing in Las Vegas, Nevada, “The Rebel Princess” CASSIE WOLFE!”

When her name is announced Cassie spins around flashing the metal horns sign with her left hand and clapping fans hands with the other, when she reaches the ring Cassie jumps onto the apron before giving her hair a full flip and removing her jacket to give to a stagehand, she then goes to jump over the top rope only to get blasted over the side of the head knocking her to the mat by Ravyn.

Knots: “Ravyn not even giving her time to breath! Hurry up ref and call for the bell!”

Ravyn proceeds to stomp Cassie several times before pulling her up to her feet and applying a headlock. The referee quickly calls for the match to start before yelling something in scolding fashion at Ravyn. Cassie tries pulling Ravyn to the center ring where Cassie manages to deliver several elbows to her side. She breaks the headlock from behind Ravyn before shoving her into the ropes. Ravyn hits it and grabs a hold of it and stopping. She turns back to Cassie and just smirks. She raises one hand up as if signifying she wishes to lock up. Cassie steps forward but keeps herself a step back, raising one hand up to match Ravyn’s. Ravyn steps forward appearing to go for it before throwing a thrust kick toward Cassie’s gut. Cassie catches it and pulls Ravyn toward the center of the ring. Ravyn waves her arms as if panicking while trying to keep her balance with each foot that brings her forward. Ravyn proceeds to go for an enziguiri just as Cassie twists Ravyn’s leg causing her to do a complete roll in mid air before landing back on her leg. Ravyn immediately while Cassie is still holding one her legs up proceeds to slap her hard in the face. The crowd boos before immediately popping as Cassie throws the leg down and knocks Ravyn to the mat with a dropkick to the chin.

Sharper: “Interesting back and forth here as Ravyn for her part appears to be trying to be playing with Cassie. It may bite her in the end, Cassie coming in with an impact!”

Knots: “Look at her go, she has something to prove!”

As Ravyn stands Cassie slings her over with an arm drag. Ravyn lands and quickly rolls to her feet back toward the ropes. Cassie runs at her going for a running dropkick. Ravyn pulls down on the top rope as Cassie flies over it, just landing on her back to the top rope as it comes back up. Cassie manages to grab it, preventing her from going completely to the outside as she lands on the apron. Ravyn turns to her as Cassie has her footing and connects with a shot to the jaw. Grabbing Cassie’s head she tries dragging her over along the apron to the corner to pummel her head onto the top turnbuckle on the outside. Cassie manages to grab Ravyn’s hand and stop her, throwing her arm back and connects with a knee to the sternum. Ravyn’s buckles over a bit and Cassie reaches into hook the arm. The crowd pops as Cassie appears to be going for a suplex that could send Ravyn to the outside. Panicking Ravyn tries delivering several shots to the gut before reaching up and grabbing Cassie’s head. She proceeds to drop her face first into the top rope with a jaw breaker that knocks Cassie down onto the apron. Cassie rolls back into the ring while clutching her nose. Ravyn for her part takes several steps back away from her and from the adjacent ropes springboards herself off of them just as Cassie is getting to her feet. Ravyn goes for a springboard roundhouse kick. Cassie rolls out of the way and as Ravyn lands on her feet, she turns right into a superkick. The crowd oh’s as Ravyn falls to the mat.

Sharper: “Oh my! Heck of a counter, one Ravyn is all too familiar with.”

Knots: “Everyone kicks people in the face here, but that one looked exceptional! Especially with that quick response to Ravyn’s landing.”

Cassie pulls Ravyn up and proceeds to set her up for a suplex center ring. Ravyn manages to flip over her shoulder. From behind her back she delivers several elbow shots to her lower spine causing Cassie to yelp in pain. Reaching up to hook her neck Ravyn then drops her with a fast spinning swinging neckbreaker. She quickly hooks one leg with one of hers while pulling the other up under one arm.

Cassie kicks out quickly at two. Ravyn rolls over quickly to her feet into the corner and just as Cassie is trying to get up Ravyn runs in with a yokuza kick to the face. The crowd oh’s and boos as Ravyn just stands over her. She bends down and pats Cassie on the head. Pulling her back to her feet as she is still slightly groggy, she just backhands her back into a sitting position. The sound produced gets another reaction from the crowd as Cassie pulls herself quickly back up. She turns to Ravyn and goes for a right shot. Ravyn drops down to avoid it while connecting with a dropkick to the knee. Cassie is sent forward and hanging on the second rope. Ravyn proceeds to drive her leg down over Cassie’s throat, choking her between her and the rope. The referee immediately begins counting.

Ravyn yawns before dropping back as the referee looks ready to try and pull them apart himself. He shouts at Ravyn her ignores him. As Cassie starts to get up Ravyn raises her leg up and uses it to shove Cassie into the corner where she begins to choke her with her boot.

Ravyn drops the boot and turns to the referee who is getting more frustrated.

Sharper: “What is Ravyn doing? She’s just toying with Cassie at this point, I don’t think she even cares if she wins.”

Knots: “She’s just showing Syren the way!”

The crowd boos harshly as Ravyn ignores the referee yelling at her to knock it off. Cassie for her part starts to pull herself back up while grasping her throat with one hand. The camera pans back toward the ramp where Lexy Chapel is shown walking down to the ring. Ravyn turns to her and appears slightly confused before just smirking. Cassie stands and takes advantage of Ravyn being distracted, running to the opposite ropes and bouncing off. Ravyn turns just in time to be hit with a shining wizard. Ravyn falls to the mat and Cassie quickly pulls her up and raises her up for a suplex. She stops with Ravyn in midair before dropping her with a brainbuster. The crowd pops and cheers as Lexy arrives at ringside to watch from up close.

Knots: “What is Lexy Chapel doing here? Those are not your clients!”

Sharper: “She is clearly distracting Ravyn in any case and Cassie taking her down with a very stiff offense!”

Cassie stands up and proceeds to start climbing up to the top rope. Ravyn is halfway up as Cassie turns. She appears to be going for a moonsault when Ravyn quickly charges and grabs a handful of Cassie’s tights. She reaches in and appears to hike up her undergarments to the extreme as Cassie falls down into a sitting position on the top rope just ripping them in Ravyn’s hands in the process. Lexy looks away cover her eyes while appearing uncomfortable with the image. Ravyn proceeds to drop Cassie’s head back and dropping her down causing her to dangle in the corner. She takes several steps back and looks back over to Lexy who has gathered her composure and just begins to yell at Ravyn.

Lexy: “Hey! Over here, Satan! Devil woman! Dad thief! Leave my clients alone!”

Ravyn just smiles at her before running over to drive her foot straight into Cassie’s skull. Cassie manages to pull herself back up with a mid air crunch and just as Ravyn tries to grab a hold of her around the waist, Cassie pulls her legs out from the corner and pulls them into her chest before setting her feet into the corner and kicking it hard. She launches both her and Ravyn backwards. As both stand Ravyn goes for a shot only for Cassie to duck it and drive her shoulders hard into Ravyn’s midsection, legitimately causing her to fall and roll over, appearing to be out of breath. Cassie quickly grabs her arms and pulls her in. She lifts her up over her shoulders before connecting with the heir to the Wolfe! The crowd cheers as she covers her. Lexy meanwhile begins to wander back up the ramp with a smirk on her face.

“Wolfe within” begins to play once more. The referee raises Cassie’s arm up in victory as Ravyn rolls under the bottom rope and plops down outside.

Sharper: “What an ending! Ravyn wanted to try and toy with her opponent and Lexy Chapel here tonight wants to play a game of her own!”

Knots: “She clearly hates Ravyn which is entirely understandable. Who shouldn't? Either way, I can’t imagine this leading to good things for her near future with Ravyn now having reason to pay her attention! That woman has a tendency to seek revenge!”

Knots: “Either way, Cassie Wolfe just beat a former World Champion!”

Cassie continues to celebrate with the fans before the scene changes.

Backstage, we see Mr. D lying face down in the trainer’s room as the trainer and a medical assistant work on Mr. D. He winces a bit as we hear a knock at the door.

Trainer: “We’re occupied-“

Selena Frost steps inside.

Selena: “I know.”

Mr. D: “Selena-“

Selena: “No, you can listen here. You happy with this? You let her do whatever she wants. And now she’s attacked you and for what? Because it was funny. After she smacked every champion and challenger in the face by making us do that match. Was it unique? Yeah. Historic. Sure. But for Deanna and I to no longer be champions because she accidentally went through a door…”

Trainer: “We’re done. Just, you’re going to be in pain.”

Mr. D turns and pulls his pants up as the trainer and assistant obstruct. Mr. D turns and winces and sits gingerly on the examination table. The trainer and assistant leave.

Mr. D: “And yet, everyone knew the rules. Just like with Trios. The Board signs off on it. But know the Board protected things more than you realize. I couldn’t stop it if I wanted.”

Selena: “More like you didn’t want to. Have to make things big to get more money. You’re selling after everything and I look at who is in the running-“

Mr. D: “That you know of.”

Selena: “Doesn’t matter-“

Mr. D: “Selena…if Elsianna was taken by someone to get under your skin…you’d be angry. It would motivate you. Then imagine that happened year after year. At some point, you want to protect your family. I’ve seen my family destroyed thanks to my dream. I’m no longer in a relationship. My daughters barely speak. I’m just spending the days on one hand proud of what I’ve done and on the other…”

Selena: “Really? Are you proud of anything? Because I’ve seen you just throw everything away. With me…to call out Deanna-“

Mr. D: “To make her realize right now, she’s your shadow. Right now, SCW is sold tomorrow, they decide which contracts they take on. They may just toss people. Right now, Deanna’s a cog. She shouldn’t be, but she is. Because she complains just like you’re getting there too. Yeah, you’re standing for what you believe is right. Except did you hear the fans last week. They clearly disagree. And as for Deanna, oh, she had a big match against Owen. She still did. She’s a former Underground Champion. Don’t like that Kim played her game. Oh, I should’ve said no. And instead, Kim would’ve disrupted another way. Oh, just fire her…I don’t get to make that call anymore. And merch and ratings…well…Even tonight, you’re the one who broke up the festivities. You’re the one who acted out of turn. You’ve been complaining and you’re the one who immediately assumed I was screwing you over. That’s not the Selena or Deanna or anyone I hired.”

Selena: “Don’t turn this on me…I’m not happy about where I’m standing right now. I’m teaming with Ace…”

Mr. D: “You are. But you have a rematch. Now, I can’t have you face yourself. But I can do this…Tonight, you and Ace have a decision. You find a partner…Ace finds a partner. And the team that wins becomes the SCW World Tag Team Champions at Playing the Wildcard.”

Mr. D pushes himself off.

Selena: “I thought you weren’t in charge.”

Mr. D: “I’ve been deputized to make matches. I just know the limits of everything else.”

Mr. D then heads off, limping, as Selena watches him leave.

COMMERCIALS

DURING THE COMMERCIAL:

We see Cassie Wolfe walk through the tunnel, victorious. Just then, a puff of confetti goes off in front of her. At first, she’s stunned, before we see Magical Cosmic Princess YUYO, with Meowkazawa and Beezelbubble standing with her.

Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown. This happened during the break. Cassie Wolfe, fresh off beating Ravyn Taylor, walked through the tunnel and well, a little celebration was had.”

YUYO jumps up and down.

YUYO: “MAGICAL COSMIC PRINCESS PARTAAAAAAAAAAAAY!”

YUYO jumps up and down, grabbing Wolfe’s arms. Wolfe looks around a bit confused before starting to get into it.

Wolfe: “YUYO-“

YUYO: “YUYO not done yet!”

YUYO keeps celebrating for a moment longer.

Wolfe: “YUYO! But…it’s one win-“

YUYO: “Against a VERY Bad Girl! Plus, you’re no longer loser! Winner! So PRINCESS PARTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!”

YUYO starts to dance again before stopping and turning to Meowkazawa and Beezelbubble.

YUYO: “Celebrate! YUYO commands it!”

They oblige as Cassie Wolfe looks on, more stunned, as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

We see Lexy Chapel running through the backstage area and looking around before heading over to Syren as Syren walks over to her.

Syren: “Lexy. What-“

Chapel: “Nothing. I did nothing!”

Syren: “You are messing with Ravyn-“

Chapel: “You can’t prove it!”

Syren: “It’s on live television.”

Chapel looks around.

Chapel: “Oh…well, she deserved it. So there!”

Syren sighs.

Syren: “So this is helping?”

Chapel: “Oh duh. Yeah, totally making her feel like she can’t trust her skills and then when she comes crawling to the Manager of Champions for help, you can hold it over her. Because I’m all yours!”

Syren: “What about Ace….and Penguin and…Bear.”

Chapel: “Well right now, all yours!”

Chapel smiles.

Chapel: “Now…to figure out how to beat the hell out of Bree Lancaster-“

Syren: “Whoa, whoa…not looking to beat the hell out of her. Just looking to beat her in a match. We’re facing at Wildcard. Just…I’ll handle the in-ring.”

Chapel: “Isn’t that why you came to me? Looked a bit rough the last few weeks. I mean last week though-“

Syren: “Let’s just figure it out, okay?”

Syren turns and heads off. Chapel pumps her fist in joy as she runs after her.

The crowd roars as jaunty and generic royalty free music begins to play throughout the arena. On the big screen, a unicorn gallops across a beautiful, flowery field, leaving petals exploding into the air underneath its hooves. It gets closer to the camera as it prepares to fly off, but not before evacuating its bowels, which take the form of letters in a bubble font, reading:

Lexy Chapel Presents

HAPPY FARMSTEAD FRIENDS

A few moments pass before we see the curtains move and then we see Dancing Bear fall out from the back. He turns back, his bear suit looking more torn. He has a, now somewhat folded, envelope in his hand. Bear turns and looks around as he then glances behind him. The One steps up and points to the ring. Bear starts to get up and scrambles to his feet. He turns and goes to run, but The One grabs him by the head and pulls on him. She starts to drag him to the ring .

Sharper: “The One coming out here. Dancing Bear with some sort of card-“

Knots: “Did he finish it from last week? After the mugging Adam Allocco gave him and then Nicole Kinneck.”

Sharper: “Pro forcing Bear to do it, now The One bringing her out. Does this mean Ducky is here? She’s in the driver’s seat.”

Knots: “Then why isn’t Pro coming out! Let her get in!”

The One drags Bear to the ring and throws him to the ring. Bear trips on the mats around ringside and then starts to get up. He looks at The One, presumably with concern in his eyes, unknown given the given goofy bear head he wears. The One then points to the ring. Dancing Bear place his card on the apron and then climbs onto the apron, struggling to get under the bottom rope. The One walks around the ringpost and slides into the ring. Bear gets his body in, but his bear head stops him from getting in. In the moment, he starts to struggle as The One grabs him and pulls him in. He rolls over. The One snaps at him. Bear looks over at The One as she turns to the corner and demands a microphone.

Sharper: “Clearly Dancing Bear not at one hundred percent regardless of what has happened to him.”

Knots: “And Lexy Chapel nowhere to be seen. Hairless Penguin neither!”

Bear turns and scrambles over to his envelope and then backs up and turns as The One walks over. Bear tries to exit the ring. The One runs over and grabs him and pulls him into the ring and throws him down to the mat.

The One: “You’re not getting out of this. You took your ass-kicking at Retribution and tonight, you’re going to start to make amends!”

Bear looks up at The One. The One steps over to him.

The One: “Anything to say before we start this?”

Bear: “Why do you care? The idiot screws everything up-“

The One then nails Bear in the throat. Bear coughs and rolls over.

The One: “I care because it’s important to Pro!”

Bear turns and reaches up to the microphone. The One leans it toward him.

Bear: “Then where is the psycho bitch?”

The One nails him again. Bear yelps.

The One: “She’s watching. All that matters. She’s doing this for Ducky. But she’s not going to risk her getting in the driver’s seat when she’s got much bigger plans. So be happy I’m out here, because you’d either have to deal with her or Ducky and we may not be getting this far. Because while I think you’re pathetic, you’re not worth me destroying you any more.”

The One then steps back.

The One: “Get your card.”

Bear looks up.

The One: “GET THE CARD!”

Bear crawls over to the envelope and grabs it and moves to the middle of the ring.

The One: “Get on your knees.”

Bear: “Oh God….I am going to get whacked. On live television…okay…okay….don’t pee…don’t pee-“

The One: “Oh shut up. Open the envelope and present it to the camera.”

Bear grabs the envelope and paws at it. He tries and then looks up at The One.

Bear: “I don’t have thumbs okay…I don’t have thumbs!”

The One: “Give it to me.”

The One then takes the envelope and opens it before sliding the card out and then smirking. She hands it to Bear.

The One: “Look at that.”

Bear looks at it.

The One: “Come on…show it off to the camera!”

Bear looks at the camera and then looks at the card, holding it up.

The One: “Open it up. What does it say inside?”

Bear opens it where we see a really poorly drawn Bear, that looks more like a coloured in oval, with a stick figure with yellow and pink hair and a heart. Sorry is poorly written on it.

Knots: “Did a kindergartener do that?”

Sharper: “I mean he doesn’t have thumbs.”

Knots: “I’m pretty sure you can do better with your mouth!”

The One: “Now what do you want to say to Ducky?”

The One holds the microphone in front of Bear.

Bear: “I….God, I hate her…I….I…”

The One smacks him in the back of the head.

The One: “Come on!”

Bear looks down and then up.

Bear: “I….I’m sorry….I…er…”

The One nudges him.

Bear: “….love you…”

The crowd roars. The One smiles.

The One: “Awww….you love her. No wonder. You were playing hard to get! And well, Ducky! I hope you know…The Dancing Bear still loves you. It was a disagreement.”

Bear fights to his feet.

Bear: “But, wait-“

The One then suddenly grabs him and drops him with the Silence, letting go before locking in the hold. Bear rolls over. The One turns and looks at him as she shakes her head.

The One: “There you go Ducky…Don’t be sad…and if he makes you sad again, Pro and I will take care of it.”

The One turns and tosses the microphone down on The Dancing Bear. “Battle Cry” by Little V plays throughout the arena. The One turns and steps through the ropes, dropping down to the floor. Bear stirs in the ring.

Sharper: “Well I hope that was what Pro was hoping for.”

Knots: “Did she see it?”

We cut backstage as we see Pro watching on the monitor backstage. She nods.

Sharper: “Looks like she did.”

Knots: “Still not out here. Letting One take over.”

Pro then nods before closing her eyes.

Pro: “Shut up Duck! I told you…but just let me stay in control!...RELAX! After….After I do what I need to!”

Pro backs up and squints a bit, holding her head and then walking off. The camera cuts back to the arena as The One heads to the back.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as Jaina Lancaster stands with Alexis Quinne backstage. The crowd cheers seeing her.

Lancaster: “Welcome back to Breakdown. Jaina Lancaster here and I’m with Alexis Quinne. Alexis, last week, you were very quiet. You did not get involved in the chaos that took place around you. We saw you backstage a few times, but you didn’t get involved.”

Quinne: “No, I didn’t.”

Quinne just shrugs.

Quinne: “I know I’ve said that this is the year I’m winning another SCW title, but last week, that was not me. That was not a night that I was going to get what I wanted. You can get on my case for it. It’s what it is. I made a choice. We saw Asher Hayes get hurt. Glory Braddock almost too. Who knows what everyone is feeling. But I know James is fresh. And I see someone in James who has a problem with everyone. Well tonight, this won’t be about D or about Bree…but about me. And I’m facing a former World Champion. And I’m looking to get a win.”

The crowd cheers.

Quinne: “ So James…bring your anti-violence agenda. We all know it’s full of crap with what you’ve done. I’ll just bring a winner.”

Quinne turns and heads off. The crowd roars.

Lancaster: “Back to ringside.”

The scene cuts to the ring.

Sal Darius vs. Jamison Logan

Music hits as "Y'all ready for this" plays throughout the arena. Shortly after, Jamison Logan comes out and looks around as the crowd roars. He looks around and gets pumped up as the crowd cheers some more.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a ten minute time limit. First, on his way to the ring, from New Orleans, Louisiana, he is Jamison Logan!”

Jamison makes his way to the ring and hops up on the apron. He gets in the ring and looks around but doesn’t do much before heading to his corner.

Sharper: “Jamison Logan has been getting a bit more of a reaction. Take a look at what his entrance way like this afternoon when he arrive. A local fan tweeted this out.”

TWITTER VIDEO – SCWAngel7897

The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. A shaky cameraphone video is shown showing Amy Chastaine, Simon Lyman and Jamison Logan arriving together into the arena. Some fans are shouting for Amy, others for Simon, but a faint “Logan!” chant begins before all of the fans start to do the same. The chants get louder and Amy motions to Jamison. Jamison looks up and waves to the crowd. They cheer some more. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

Back in the ring, Logan smiles a bit as he watched some of the video on the big screen.

Sharper: “Jamison Logan eliminated Kandis from the Kim Williams Chaos last week. He was the one who sent her through the door frame, causing her to leave the building’s premises, which by the rules reset her falls.”

Knots: “Sounds like some fans love him for it.”

Sharper: “Indeed and Logan smiling a bit there. Now he has to get back to the grind, about to face a potential new talent here in SCW in Sal Darius.”

“California love” by 2Pac Shakur plays throughout the area as the lights dim and as spotlights circle the arena. Jamison Logan hops up and down, ready to compete.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Venice, California, he is Sal Darius!”

The crowd buzzes as we then see a figure hop the barricade. The camera turns as we see the figure enter the ring. Just then, the person drills Jamison Logan hard from behind with a forearm shot to the back of the head. The crowd ohs as Jamison goes down. The lights come up and the music stops as we see Kandis in the ring. The crowd boos. Jamison turns as Kandis then goes over to Jamison and stomps away on him.

Sharper: “Kandis! From the crowd! Assaulting Logan!”

Knots: “Well we figured she’d be pissed off tonight! And well!”

Sharper: “Logan just taking the full force of those stomps!”

The official in the ring, tries to get Kandis to stop. She shoves her down as she then turns and drags Logan over to the corner. Kandis stomps him a couple more times before she runs across the ring, bounces off and then turns and runs across and drills him with a running hip check. Logan falls down to the mat, rolling over in pain. Kandis turns and walks around the ring. She then looks at Logan as he starts to get up, fighting to his feet.

Sharper: “Logan! Assaulted from behind. Now he’s trying to get up.”

Knots: “Stay down Jamison. Just stay down!”

Sharper: “I don’t know if he knows how.”

Logan then starts to get up. The crowd chants for Logan as he grabs at the ropes. He uses them to get up and then steps forward to Kandis who drills him with the Starmaker. The crowd ohs and boos. Logan falls to the mat. Kandis looks down at him.

Kandis: “You ready for that?”

Kandis steps over him and dusts her hands before looking around and then grabbing him by the arm. She drags him over to the ropes.

Sharper: “Kandis knocking out Logan with the Starmaker.”

Knots: “What the hell is she doing now?”

Sharper: “I don’t know. We need help out here for Jamison Logan.”

Kandis steps through the ropes and then drags Logan through to the apron. She then jerks on his arm and Logan falls to the mats in a heap. Kandis smiles as she looks at him and then drags him up. She looks around before turning and throwing him over the barricade and into the crowd. The crowd ohs as Logan rolls over. Kandis then dusts her hands again.

Sharper: “Throwing Logan into the crowd.”

Knots: “Almost like symbolically throwing him out.”

Sharper: “Kandis dusting her hands and-“

We then hear a roar from the crowd as Amy Chastaine and Simon Lyman run out from the back. Kandis turns and backs up as Simon and Amy both run around one side of the ring. Kandis heads around in the opposite direction.

Sharper: “And Amy Chastaine, Simon Lyman, two people involved in that young man’s training, coming down.”

Knots: “Kandis is on her revenge tour and all thanks to those two.”

Kandis walks around the ring, smiling. The crowd boos Kandis while some cheer Simon and Amy. Simon keeps watch as Amy climbs over the barricade and goes over to Jamison to check on him, joining the official. Kandis walks over to the entrance way and then turns and heads up the rampway to the back as the crowd continues to look on. The scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see Jessica Winters standing with Adam Allocco at the SCW interview area. Allocco is sitting down, seemingly not wanting to stand.

Winters: “Welcome back to Breakdown. Jessica Winters here with Adam Allocco and Adam…Adam, stand up.”

Allocco: “Nah, Jess. Going to take a seat. Going to enjoy this. You’re going to probably sit there and laugh at me. Not the champion. The run at the top over, right?”

Winters: “Wasn’t going to sit here and gloat even if you may deserve it Adam. You were hoping you’d be World Champion to focus on that and then…what about Alistaire?”

Allocco: “Oh he’s great. I’m sure of it. He’s-“

Winters: “You haven’t talked to him…in weeks have you?”

Allocco: “Maybe, maybe not. What are you, Inside Edition? Look, I screwed up. I learned about it. I…”

Winters: “Have you actually apologized? For ruining your son’s life-“

Allocco: “Look, I…”

Winters: “Unbelievable. Adam, we’ve known each other for over a decade.”

Allocco: “You look it-“

Winters sighs.

Winters: “You know what. I’m done.”

Allocco: “Hey!”

Winters walks off, frustrated.

Allocco: “This is dereliction of duty! Jess! You don’t want to be fire-“

Just then, Allocco is tackled down hard. The crowd in the arena roars as Allocco falls back and rolls over. We see Pro on top of him, hammering away on him with vicious rights and lefts. Allocco covers up as the crowd roars some more.

Sharper: “That’s Pro! Pro attacking Adam Allocco!”

Allocco keeps covering up as Pro hammers away. She gets a few more shots in before officials and security come on the scene. They pull Pro off. Pro just looks at Allocco, rage in her eyes. Allocco looks up, stunned.

Allocco: “What the hell?”

Allocco winces as Pro just keeps looking at him crazed as the scene cuts away.

The first chords of "Immortal" by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play over the PA system. The crowd roars as bit as Glory Braddock steps out onto the stage. She scans the crowd as she looks out before then starting to head down the entrance ramp.

Sharper: “Glory Braddock joining us and last week was not the night she wanted. Her SCW Television Championship reign came to an abrupt end thanks to the nature of the match. She will get her rematch next week against whomever wins between Kandis and Bree Lancaster. But she was also targeted by the Playgirls.”

Knots: “Polly Playtime had some sort of storage crate, customized, and her and Aisling locked Glory into it. Selena and Deanna Frost saving her.”

Sharper: “Obviously though, that took a lot of key time away from Glory to be able to really close any gap and is one reason why she is no longer holding SCW gold, at least for the time being.”

Glory Braddock walks down the rampway and to the steel steps. She walks up them and into the ring. She walks forward and looks out at the crowd, giving them a moment for photos and adulation before turning and going to the corner where a microphone awaits her. Glory takes it and walks back to the middle of the ring. The crowd cheers a bit as the music fades out. Glory looks around as she nods.

Braddock: “I’ve had a lot of time to think about what happened last week on Breakdown when Kimberly Williams threw us all into chaos. I had planned to go after any title I could. I wanted to defend my TV Championship. I wanted to re-earn the World Championship. Of course, I would have loved to walk out the World Tag Team Championship and much like Bree Lancaster is, celebrate becoming a Supreme Champion.”

Braddock pauses and then looks down at herself.

Braddock: “But as you could tell earlier tonight when I wasn’t among the people in the ring, and the lack of gold around my waist now, I didn’t win any title. And I could live with that if I came into the match, had a strategy that didn’t work, and was just beaten. But instead…”

Braddock chuckles.

Braddock: “Instead, the mosquito that just won’t leave me alone continues to bite me.”

Braddock chuckles some more.

Braddock: “Instead, last week, Polly Playtime and one of her playgirls, Aisling, took me and stuffed me into a storage crate. They locked it in a place where I could’ve passed out from the lack of air. They locked me in a storage crate to prevent me from doing the one thing I wanted to do last week…compete.”

The crowd boos. Braddock nods.

Braddock: “I get it. The last couple of months, I’ve been a bit all over the place. I’ve lost myself, but Polly Playtime seems to think that I am the same person I was several years ago. I just want titles. I don’t care. I want to collect. No, Polly, I want to compete and I want to keep facing the best. And hey, I may be TV Champion again next week and I don’t plan to lose. But keep with your narrative, Polly, but if you want to get stiff…fine…”

Braddock then nods.

Braddock: “Polly, you’ve been a mosquito the entire year even though you’ve been overshadowed by people who can go. You claim you’re not playing games, but you have your stupid wheel because a standard match is boring. Another one in a long list of wrestlers who rather than getting better at your craft, find the easy way out. And then you bring in your Playgirls, both of whom are getting more attention than you, so you used last week to do the one thing you have all of the last year…focus on Glory Braddock because you need to be tied to a star to get you to the top!”

The crowd ohs.

Braddock: “The problem is that you can’t hang with someone like me. So-“

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot and then the words “START GAME” show up on SCW’s Jumbotron.  A bunch of girls can be heard giggling before “C’est La Vie” by B*Witched begins to play. The crowd boos. A few moments pass before we see Polly Playtime and Aisling in their wrestling attire walk out from the back. Polly has her microphone in her hand. She smirks as she walks forward. She turns to Aisling briefly who just shrugs as Polly looks down at the ring. Glory turns and mockingly gestures to give her the floor.

Playtime: “Not like you’ll listen to a word that I’ll say. But before Aisling and I deal with two other people who can’t see the reality in front of them instead, holding onto their first judgements, I may as well just make myself clear. You don’t care about anyone but yourself. And no new attitude will change that. You were the BEST IN THE WORLD for years before you then decided you wanted to screw around with Amelia until she couldn’t get a win. And here we are. Now, hoping that these fans will buy into your latest act. But that’s fine…I just wanted to keep you honest. You holding gold while people like Colleen, Aisling, and myself…we are fighting and clawing for those opportunities.”

Braddock: “That’s why you needed to drag a wheel out here because competing in this ring like we are trained to wasn’t good enough.”

Playtime: “Just adding a bit of spice. People on their toes. You say it’s playing games. Is it any different from the tag rope shenanigans you were pulling a year ago, or tying up Tsunami to get a win in a US Title tournament…And yet you call me out for the same thing.”

Braddock: “Fine, love…you want to prove yourself. I want to kick your ass and teach you a wrestling lesson. So name the where and when! But just know one thing…this is it. After this, I’m done dealing with you. You need to understand that you’re not at my level!”

Playtime: “Then let me prove it. You and me one more time…but let’s make the event actually mean something. Playing the Wildcard…I’ll play MY wildcard. Since it’s a foregone conclusion, and you used to play your own games, let’s have your hypocrisy front and center while I also hand you a loss in the joke you think I am…Next week, I bring out my wheel and you spin for the stipulation for our match. And if you’re TV Champion, it’s on the line too!”

Braddock laughs a bit.

Braddock: “You want to bring back your little wheel…Fine…Do your worst. Because while you need the gimmicks to get ahead, I’ll still just outwrestle you, but when I do…stay the hell out of my way!”

Playtime: “Good…now get out of the ring so we can show another person we’re not a pushover and to not get in the way of our fun!”

Playtime starts to walk to the ring as “C’est La Vie” plays throughout the arena again. Glory just looks at her.

Sharper: “Polly Playtime calling out Glory Braddock. Braddock going to have a busy few weeks.”

Knots: “Polly is going to be busy tonight. Next, she faces off a pissed off Selena Frost and Deanna Frost. Playgirls against the House of Frost, next!”

Polly Playtime and Aisling head to the ring as Breakdown cuts away.

We then open up to see Konrad Raab arriving at the building. He slams on his breaks of his car, causing it to skid a bit. He then stops before putting the car in park, albeit right in the way. He then gets up and out.

Sharper: “Konrad Raab now arriving.”

Knots: “Good thing he can drive. Jesus.”

Sharper: “Speeding here. And what’s he got on his mind.”

Knots: “Has he heard Ace won’t be free for him?!”

Raab storms around the car and then into the building. The scene fades to black.

The House of Frost vs. Polly Playtime & Aisling

We cut to the ring where Polly Playtime and Aisling are in the ring. Playtime hands her microphone to Jason Phillips. He takes it and sighs.

Phillips: “Fans, from Panguitch, Utah, they are the girls that just LOVE to play… Polly Playtime and Aisling!”

The crowd boos as Playtime and Aisling walks around the ring and play to the crowd.

“BELIEVE IT!”

The sound of two women shouting the familiar phrase causes the fans to cheer loudly at first, before boos comes from some segments of the crowd, as “Ignite” by Alan Walker and K-391 plays throughout the arena as ‘snow’ falls along the LED screens. From out the back walks Selena, with her SCW World Tag Team Championship belt, and Deanna Frost. As Selena stands on the center part of the ramp, she watches as Deanna runs to the far left, the redhead screaming her excitement to the fans before running to the far right to do the same, a stream of bright red and orange ‘leaves’ following the redhead on the LED screens below and behind them.

As Deanna reaches Selena, the Snow Queen turns to her side, raising her arm towards the ring and her back arm towards the sky. With a smile, Deanna stands back to back with Selena, raising and lowering her own arm to match Selena’s towards the ring, the ‘leaves’ circling around them. At the same time, the Frost wives each stomp their front foot, sending a ‘crack’ along the ‘ice’ to race down the ramp, the ‘leaves’ following it to circle around the ring LED screens!

Phillips: “Their opponents, from Manhattan, New York, they are ‘The Queen’s Guard’, Deanna Frost and, one half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions, ‘The Snow Queen’, Selena Frost. Fans, they are – The House of Frost!

Making their way down the ramp, their steps leaving ‘footprints’ in the ‘snow’, Deanna rushes ahead to high-five members of the SCW Universe. Reaching the ring first, Deanna slides in and jumps to the ropes, leaning over them with her arm raised. She repeats this on the other side of the ring as Selena makes her way up the stairs and into the ring.

Reaching the center, Selena lifts her hand up to give a twirl as the lights form to make a massive snowflake under her. Stopping her spin and lowering her hand back down, towards the audience, once again palm upright, a smirk graces her lips, her other arm lifting to the sky once more as Deanna drops to her knees and spins around to stop right in front of Selena, facing the audience as Selena does and posing with her arms outstretched and a smile on her face as the ‘leaves’ also encircle the two women over the snowflake. With a slam of her foot, Selena causes the snowflake at their feet to “crack” as the rampway did, the shards of ice and ‘leaves’ streaking out to all four corners of the ring to shoot out blue and red sparkles of light as the lights return to normal. Selena helps Deanna to her feet as the audience continue to cheer, before the boos start to trickle through. Deanna and Selena look around as Selena hands off her title. She turns back as Deanna looks at Polly Playtime and Aisling. Polly waves, mockingly.

Sharper: “Here we go. Tag action here.”

Knots: “How awkward is this. For right now, Selena Frost still the Tag Team Champion, but with someone other than Deanna. Ace Marshall is her co-champion. That will change, but for now, that’s what the record books say.”

Sharper: “We can assume Deanna Frost will be Selena’s partner at Playing the Wildcard.”

Knots: “Yeah, well, right now, we’ll see how this goes with Polly and Aisling looking to knock them down a few pegs.”

Selena and Deanna talk and Deanna steps forward. Polly smirks as she does. The crowd roars as the bell sounds. Deanna and Polly circle the arena as a “Kim!” chant breaks out. Deanna looks at the crowd, a bit taken aback, but this only allows Polly to step up and kick her in the ribs. Poll forearms Deanna in the jaw and then again. Deanna falls to the ropes. Polly turns and goes to whip Deanna across, but Deanna spins through and sends Polly in. Polly bounces off the other side and Deanna goes to grab her, but Polly spins through and into a school boy.

Polly steps back and spins around. Deanna rolls over and gets up and Polly chops her in the chest. The crowd woos. She then wrenches the arm of Deanna, but Deanna catches her with a forearm to the jaw and then takes her over with a headlock takedown. She presses down.

Deanna lets go and rolls through. Both get up and Polly goes for an eye rake, but Deanna blocks it by grabbing Polly’s arms and then kicks her in the ribs. Deanna then scoops her up and hits a ribbreaker. She turns and tags in Selena. Polly then slides back and over to Aisling as the crowd gives a mixed reaction. Selena steps in as Polly takes in Aisling.

Sharper: “Deanna getting Selena in after the ribbreaker. Not letting the crowd reaction get to her.”

Knots: “And we reset. Selena in. Aisling in. And a totally different style here.”

Selena steps forward and goes for to Aisling. Aisling slinks back to cut through the ropes. Selena steps back, clearly annoyed, continuing her attitude from earlier in the evening. Aisling watches as Selena backs up. Aisling then ducks in and quickly runs past Selena. Selena turns and Aisling bounces off the ropes and jumps up and goes for an arm drag, but Selena cartwheels through. Aisling gets up and turns and Selena chops her. The crowd woos. She kicks her in the ribs and then whips her into the corner. Selena runs after and Aisling pops up and goes to hook Selena’s back, but Selena fights before Aisling can turn into a tarantula, but and then just shrugs her up and over to the apron. Aisling gets up and Selena hits a pump gamengiri, knocking Aisling off the apron.

Sharper: “Hard kick. Aisling went from looking to lock in that tarantula to finding out what the floor feels like.”

Knots: “Not good. I tried to take a nap earlier. The mats are lumpy as hell!”

Selena then grabs the top rope and springboards to the top rope. Polly runs along the apron and Selena dives off and hits a leg lariat, knocking Polly to the apron. Selena falls back into the ring. Aisling gets up and slides in and Selena turns as Aisling tackles her back into the corner. Aisling shoulders Selena again and again before backing up and then scooping Selena up and slamming her down. Aisling runs into the ropes and hits a front flip into a leg drop. She goes for the pin.

Selena kicks out again. The crowd gives a mixed reaction. Selena turns as Polly grabs her and pulls her up. She then forearms her in the jaw and whips her into the corner. Selena hits the corner.

Sharper: “Polly and Aisling, only getting more chemistry as they keep working together.”

Knots: “Maybe more dangerous than Colleen and Aisling together. Polly and Aisling just have the speed and Selena certainly didn’t have an answer.”

Polly runs after as Selena moves out of the way. Polly hops to the middle turnbuckle and backflips through. She turns and Selena hits a spinning heel kick.

Sharper: “There she had an answer!”

Knots: “New game for Polly. How many teeth do you have left!”

Polly rolls over and turns as Selena goes to tag in Deanna, but Polly runs over to Selena and jumps up onto her back and forces her down. She hammers away on the back of her head. The crowd roars. Polly rolls off as Selena holds her head. She grits her teeth, annoyed before getting up and Polly runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a flying headscissors. Selena hits the mat. She starts to get up and Polly jumps up for a hurricanrana, but Selena catches her and then moves into a liontamer. The crowd roars. Selena leans back as Polly yells in pain. Selena keeps the hold on as Polly starts to crawl and moves to the ropes. She grabs the bottom rope.

Polly rolls her shoulder up.

Sharper: “Nearfall as the House of Frost hits the House Rule for the two.”

Knots: “And Polly finding herself on the wrong end of the offense now. Deanna and Selena starting to click and they do that, this may be over. No matter the chemistry Polly and Aisling have.”

Polly rolls over and stirs as Deanna grabs her and pulls her up. She then hits a back suplex. Polly winces and turns as Deanna gets up and grabs her in a waistlock. She starts to pull her up, but Polly elbows her away out of it once and then again before spinning around and sending Deanna into the corner. Polly falls into the corner and tags in Aisling. Aisling enters the ring and runs at Deanna, but Deanna sidesteps as Aisling hits the corner chest first and Deanna grabs her and hits a German suplex on Aisling for the pin.

Polly breaks it up. Aisling rolls over. Deanna turns as Polly exits the ring. Aisling rolls over to her hands and knees and Deanna walks over and grabs her and knees her in the chest. She then gutwrenches her and hoists her up over her shoulder. Aisling however kicks her legs and lands behind her and shoves Deanna into the ropes nearest Polly. Polly pulls the top rope down. Deanna goes up and over. The crowd gives a mixed reaction as Deanna slowly gets up. Aisling gets the official’s attention as Polly then dives off the apron with a somersault dive onto Deanna, taking her down.

Sharper: “Playtime off the apron. Using the ring against Deanna and then Deanna just caught.”

Knots: “Aisling making sure Aaron Demitra knows where to look too and it isn’t on the floor!”

Selena drops down to the floor and heads around the ring. Aisling moves away as Demitra then heads over to Selena. Selena sighs and points as Polly rolls Deanna into the ring. Deanna rolls over as Aisling then runs to the ropes and hits a lionsault off the middle rope onto Deanna’s back, forcing her down. Aisling rolls her over for the pin. Selena climbs onto the apron as Demitra turns back and sees the pin.

Deanna gets her shoulder up. The crowd ohs. Some boo, while others cheer. Aisling looks up as she turns. Aisling then grabs Deanna, dragging her up. Aisling then forearms her in the jaw and whips her into the corner. Aisling then runs over and jumps to the middle rope and jumps up, hooking her legs around the legs of Deanna. She leans over, going for the tarantula, but Selena then spins around the ringpost before lunging and drilling Aisling with the Glass Shard.

Sharper: “Selena now getting involved! Glass Shard!”

Knots: “Aisling’s just floating right now! She’s out!”

She falls back and Deanna falls forward, rolling through into a jackknife pin. Selena enters as Polly enters and they run at each other and both nail one another with hard forearms.

The crowd roars. Deanna rolls off. Polly rolls over as Selena staggers to the ropes and looks at her. She winces. The bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via pinfall, the House of Frost!”

Deanna turns and goes to Selena, steadying her. The crowd gives a mixed reaction.

Sharper: “Selena and Deanna manage, despite Polly and Aisling putting forth a hard challenge, outlasting them here.”

Knots: “Some people were saying no one could take the titles from them. Kim’s chaos did it. But they get another kick at it at Playing the Wildcard.”

Deanna and Selena then embrace as they have their arms raised. They celebrate a bit as their music plays before suddenly an emergency siren begins to go off, as a black and grey WARNING: EXPLICIT CONTENT appears on the screen. Selena and Deanna turn to the screen as Polly pulls Aisling out of the ring.

"ADRENALIZE ME"

The crowd roars as "Adrenalize" begins to play throughout the arena. Blue and green strobe lights begin spinning over the arena. The crowd cheers as Ace Marshall steps out on stage, now wearing a “We Believe!” t-shirt and holding the SCW World Tag Team Championship. He also has a microphone in his hand. He steps forward and smirks. A few moments pass before Lexy Chapel runs out and straightens her business suit before standing next to him.

Sharper: “And here’s Ace.”

Knots: “The other half of the Tag Team Champions!”

Sharper: “With Lexy.”

Lexy goes to take the microphone, but Ace pulls it away.

Ace: “Selena! Hey! Selena!”

Selena turns and just looks at Ace with pure annoyance.

Ace: “So last change…come on, Ace Frost and Selena Frost. The new House of Frost-“

Chapel leans in.

Chapel: “Lexy Chapel presents!”

Ace moves his arm away and looks at her. Chapel shrugs.

Ace: “Come on! We could take over everything. I BELIEVE Selena! Come on everyone! WE BELIEVE! WE BELIEVE!”

The crowd starts to chant with this as Selena shakes her head and walks over to Phillips, asking for his microphone. He obliges and Selena takes it and turns back.

Selena: “Ace…not going to happen. I have no desire to team with you. And I have a rematch…and it’s going to be with Deanna as my partner. We’re going to win back the World Tag Team Championship, provide some return to normalcy, Ace. BELIEVE THAT!”

Ace: “Are you sure?”

Ace looks at Selena as he smirks.

Selena: “One hundred percent Ace.”

Ace: “That’s a shame. I was looking forward to making history. I’ll just have to find a new partner.”

Ace sighs.

Selena: “Good luck with that, Ace. Given your track record…”

Ace: “Given my track record, you know what, that’s a great idea. See, we would’ve been great partners! My track record…my past…my history…and well, I already was thinking of her when I returned and kicked Konrad’s ass…oh…Konnie…going to have to wait for his revenge. Then again, he could come down to the ring at Wildcard…oh…that’s fine. Integrity! Right! Yeah, you’ll protect me to make sure the sanctity of these titles we so deeply care about is maintained-“

Selena: “Who’s your partner?!”

Ace smirks.

Ace: “We had so much chemistry out of the ring…let’s try it in it…Ravyn Taylor!”

Lexy: “WHAT?!”

Ace smiles and tosses the microphone up in the air and turns. Lexy turns to Ace. Ace walks to the back as Selena Frost just looks even more disgusted. Lexy is apoplectic as she berates Ace and follows him to the back.

Selena: “Figured you’d pick someone like that Ace!”

Selena turns and shakes her head.

Sharper: “Ravyn Taylor?! Ace Marshall and Ravyn Taylor against The House of Frost at Playing the Wildcard.”

Knots: “I think Ace just did just that. That was the Ace up his sleeve. The Wildcard. And Ravyn and Selena have a long history too. But Lexy…she just cost her a match earlier tonight!”

Selena turns and shakes her head as Polly turns to the ring.

Polly: “Good luck!”

Polly turns and heads to the back with Aisling as Deanna glance at her too and the scene cuts to commercial.

Ace Marshall walks backstage with Lexy Chapel following him.

Lexy: “Why Ravyn? Why not anyone else? How about Penguin? I think he’s here. Is he here? What about Bear? I’m sure he’s in the locker room-“

Ace ignores Lexy and just continues to walk down the hallway.

Lexy: “You know she’s Satan. She’s the crap that comes OUT of Satan. You know that when they go, who is the most evil of all the evils, even they quiver at the name of Ravyn because she sucks. Sucks! Sucks massive and-“

Raab: “ACE!”

Chapel jumps as we see a storage crate flipped over as Ace turns.

Ace: “Gotta run.”

Ace turns and runs off as Lexy is following. Konrad bolts after both. Lexy then runs forward as Ace turns. Lexy stops as Konrad turns and keeps running after Ace. Ace Marshall continues to bolt out of the building, Raab a few strides behind. Ace runs to a door and then opens it and runs through. Raab runs at it, struggles with the door briefly and runs after. Ace runs forward and through the back entrance, revealing he’s heading for Raab’s car. Ace spins around the car and looks in. He smirks before opening the door and getting inside. He then revs the engine as Raab runs after. He slams his hands on the trunk as Ace drives the car forward and guns off.

Sharper: “Ace Marshall is-“

Knots: “He’s stealing Raab’s car to get away!”

Sharper: “Just poking the bear more!”

Knots: “Maybe this is why Ravyn. Ravyn can figure out a way to deal with Raab!”

Raab yells out as the car drives off and we cut back to the ring.

“Hero” by Skillet starts to play as the crowd erupts in cheers.

"I’m just a step away
I’m just a breath away
Losin’ my faith today (Fallin’ off the edge today)
I am just a man
Not superhuman (I’m not superhuman)
Someone save me from the hate"

We then see Simon Lyman, dressed in a gray suit with a white shirt and no tie, step out from the back. He looks out at the crowd as they cheer some more. He looks around the stadium, savoring the moment. Instead of going down the ramp though, he turns and waves his hand towards the curtain he just stepped through. His music cuts, a few seconds pass, then...

Blue and white lights flash in time with the music and the words:

"Tear me down, it won't build you up"

Amy Chastaine comes through the curtain, dressed in black jeans and a grey t-shirt with the BlackOut Academy logo on the front. She smiles and waves at the cheering crowd. Then both Simon and Amy make their way to the ring as Amy's music continues.

"Never gonna stop
Won't quit till I'm not breathing
Chase me all you want
It won't be enough"

They get to the ring and start to enter.

Sharper: "We mentioned last week that tonight, we would hear from Simon Lyman and Amy Chastaine. There have been a lot of questions, rumors, since Amy's appearance at Retribution."

Knots: "Appearance? You mean interference! She ran into the ring and planted Kandis with a BlackOut!"

Sharper: "It's not interference when the match is over, Jon. Kandis was attacking Simon after the bell."

Knots: "Semantics."

Simon and Amy get into the ring, him holding the ropes open for her. Amy then goes to the ring announcer and is given a mic. She gestures for another, and is handed a second. Turning, she hands one off to Simon. The music fades out, but the crowd noise remains. The two legends listen to the cheers a few moments, then Simon raises his mic to his mouth, and waits a moment while the crowd quiets.

Simon: "Good evening, SCW!"

The crowd roars. Simon turns to Amy.

Simon: "So... what were we supposed to talk about?"

Amy shrugs. They then laugh, and we hear laughs from the crowd.

Simon: "Okay, okay. I know what we're out here to talk about. But we're gonna do it my way. Is that okay?"

More cheers.

Simon: "Thank you. So, first of all... I'm gonna go ahead and say it and get it out of the way. Retribution.... Kandis beat me."

The crowd boos heavily.

Simon: "I know, I know. She's not your favorite person. She may not be mine either, but I'll credit her where credit is due. She is one hell of a fighter, and reminded me I have more work to do if I plan to keep up with everyone in that locker room. So, Kandis... that, I thank you for."

Amy gives an understanding nod, while the crowd seems mixed. Some applause and cheers, some boos.

Simon: "After that though... is where any respect I might have had ends. You had the victory, Kandis. There was no need to carry on the way you did. I understand you were angry with me, but the pinfall should have been enough. Lucky for me... I had a friend backstage."

Simon gestures to Amy, and she smiles. The crowd cheers.

Amy: "That's right. I went to Retribution for a few reasons. One, to support Bree. Two, to support Simon. And three.... to have a talk with Mr. D."

The crowd murmurs, some cheer.

Amy: "Before any new rumors start, NO... I am not one of the few people he's been speaking to about buying SCW. I don't have nearly that much money, although part of me wishes I could. But no... that's not what our conversation was about.”

She pauses briefly.

Amy: “I'm gonna back up just a little bit here. As many of you know, both Simon and I are recovering alcoholics. When I first came to SCW though... my problems were just beginning. Simon... was one of the first people here I became friends with, as he recognized what was happening with me, and offered his support and help. There are quite a few occasions where I was on the ledge, so to speak, and he talked me down."

Simon: "And that's gone both ways, I want to add."

Amy: "It has. We both know the struggle, we know each other's triggers. I guess you could say we're each other's sponsors... it's a certain kind of friendship, partnership, that only those who fight what we fight can understand."

Amy pauses, letting that hang for a moment. Some light applause comes from the crowd.

Amy: "So, when Simon started talking about a return to the ring... I got a little nervous for him. I know from experience that there are FAR more triggers on the road than there are at home. So, I told him. If you do this... I'm doing it with you."

The crowd cheers, causing Simon to smile, looking around at them.

Amy: "I'm gonna be honest with everyone, including you Simon... I didn't think you'd really do it."

Simon laughs, and we see him say 'really?' Amy nods, then turns back to the crowd.

Amy: "I'm always making sure I stay in decent shape, I have to be able to keep up with my students. As many of you know, Simon is also a trainer at BlackOut. I admit I did notice him doing more, working on strength and cardio. But I still didn't think he would actually make a return…Then, Kandis happened. And the rest followed. Imagine my surprise."

The two in the ring laugh, and the crowd does as well.

Simon: "I thought you took me seriously and were just waiting on the moment."

Amy: "Far from the truth. But... I am a woman of my word. I told Simon if he did it, I was joining him. So... that is what I was speaking with Mr. D about. I myself had been working harder, doing the physical therapy my doctor recommended to make sure my knee was in competition shape, as there's something else for another company I was preparing for, trying to get cleared for. That finally happened just before Retribution.”

The crowd cheers a bit.

Amy: “My intention was to simply make a small announcement, an interview backstage, maybe a Twitter post. But... Kandis was Kandis, and I wasn't going to stay in the back and watch her continue to take out her anger on Simon. You all saw what I did. So, rather than making a small statement... I made it with a BlackOut. To be clear, if the question is, is Amy Chastaine back? The answer is... yes I am.”

The crowd roars. Amy looks around at them smiling at the reaction.

Simon: "And this isn't just something random because she wanted to keep her word. No, we have plans. I have my own, singular plans for myself. But together...."

Simon gestures to Amy, to finish the sentence.

Amy: "Together? The SCW Tag Team division is officially on notice."

The crowd roars again, but suddenly turns to boos.

Sharper: "This is a huge development for SCW! Amy Chastaine, coming out of retirement alongside her good friend-- wait a moment! What is she doing out here?"

The shot turns to the entrance ramp, where Kandis is storming her way down, mic in hand. She stops mid-way down.

Kandis: "Whoa whoa WHOA. I can't believe what I'm hearing here! This is the guy I BEAT at Retribution, the man who didn't even participate in Kim's clusterfu... Trios match. And HE'S getting all this airtime to help that rickety bitch announce a return? I don't think so!"

The crowd boos heavily as Kandis approaches the ring. Both Simon and Amy back away, showing they will allow her in if she wants. Kandis hops up on the apron and steps through.

Kandis: "I don't know what has to be done to show you - both of you - that your time here is over. It's BEEN over, and you're only going to make fools of yourselves. Ruin your legacy. Amy... you're one of the most decorated and accomplished wrestlers in this entire business. And this is what you want? A lame duck return just to keep some dumb promise, where you're only going to fail when literally everyone attacks that reconstructed knee of yours and puts you out? Because that's what's going to happen."

Amy shakes her head, smirking.

Amy: "I wouldn't be threatening someone else's surgically repaired knee if I were you, sweetie."

Amy points to Kandis' right leg. Kandis glares.

Kandis: "You might have a point, if I wasn't literally a decade younger than you."

The crowd boos heavily.

Kandis: "Keep booing! I'm just speaking facts! Both of you are past your prime and you're taking up MY TIME. This was supposed to be my time to come out here and remind everyone how I was screwed! I should be the World Champion right now, not Josh Hudson! If it wasn't for your student Jamison Logan... I would be…and look where that got him!"

The crowd roars. Amy and Simon both look annoyed before they talk between themselves for a moment.

Amy: "You knew what you were getting into in that match. All Jamison did was play by the rules and then you attack him…"

Kandis: "Wrong! All Jamison did was make himself a target! Along with your protégé, Bree Lancaster."

Amy: "Bree didn't do anything to you."

Kandis: "Bulls[bleep]! She was one of about four people trying to shove me out that door! And tonight... I'm facing her. The new Television Champion, with the title on the line. This is the kind of bone SCW throws me? If anyone in charge thinks this title match is going to make up for the screwjob last week and pacify me? I suggest you watch real close later tonight and see what happens to Ms. Lancaster. Maybe she can have a hospital room right next to her son!"

The crowd boos, the heaviest since Kandis came out.

Sharper: "That's just disgusting. Bree Lancaster's young son, nearly a year old, has been hospitalized for two weeks, fighting off a rare infection. Kandis just has no humanity."

Knots: "That was a bit far, even for me."

Amy steps closer to Kandis, but not close enough to touch.

Amy: "You leave my nephew out of this."

Kandis: "Fine. My long term focus isn't on Bree or her kid or her title. My focus is using her tonight to send a message to you and everyone associated with you – Logan got the first taste; Bree’s next! To stay the hell out of my business. I should be World Champion, a few times over! And that... is my main focus. I hope neither of you are eyeing it. Because it will be MINE!"

Kandis lets the mic fall out of her hand, then she drops down and slides out. Her music plays as she walks backwards up the ramp, the crowd booing her off. We cut to Simon and Amy in the ring, talking to each other. A quick shot of Kandis leaving the stage as her music cuts off, then back to the ring.

Amy: "Let me make this clear. I'm not worried about Kandis, and I'm almost positive Bree isn't either. She can handle herself. Jamison…he’ll be sore, but he’s going to get back up and he’ll handle himself when you don’t need to jump him from behind! As for me and Simon?"

Simon: "We're both here, and here to stay. If anyone doesn't like it, you're welcome to meet us in this ring."

Amy: "And find out for yourselves if I'm 'rickety' or not."

The crowd roars, and Simon gestures to a production desk near the stage. Amy's music 'Relentless' plays. She smiles and nods as the crowd cheers even louder. Both Amy and Simon walk around the ring acknowledging the fans for a few moments before Breakdown cuts to commercial.

The scene opens up backstage as we see Kelsai Adamson and Chance Owens talking to one another.

Kelsai: “You just need to know when to go for it.”

Owens: “I saw what you doing last week.”

Kelsai: “And?”

Owens nods.

Owens: “Thank you.”

Kelsai then nods as the camera pans out to show Light in the Darkness walking over to them.

Kelsai: “Amelia…Luz.”

Owens: “Tough about last week.”

Amelia: “It was…interesting. But us four…there was a period there when the fans got a show.”

Kelsai: “Just saw it as the best opportunity.”

Luz: “Have to show we’re going to be ready to get back to the top, to fight for it…”

Owens: “Well, we’re in your way and I hate to be that direct…but Roadblock and all.”

Amelia: “Yeah, yeah…we’ll look forward to it. This time, next week, the world will be watching.”

Luz: “And it’s a single fall to a finish.”

Luz and Amelia turn and head off as Owens watches them go. Kelsai turns to Owens.

Kelsai: “So…you know what we need to take now.”

Owens nods and smiles a bit as Breakdown goes to ringside.

Alexis Quinne vs. James Evans

The eyes all focus on the stage. The lights grow dim. Opening strum of Rage Against the Machine's Calm Like a Bomb plays. White house lights illuminate the ramp.

Feel the funk blast
Feel the funk blast
FEEL THE FUNK BLAST

The house lights turn blue, red, green, etc. Alexis Quinne steps out through the curtains. She is dressed in a red, yellow and black jacket along with a yellow and red sugar mask with black trim. The jacket has "VOYAGERS" plastered in the front. Alexis slowly turns around, revealing "Quinne" on the back and the number 0 underneath. While doing so, she removes her mask, before turning back around. Quinne starts heard down to the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a thirty minute time limit. First, from San Francisco, California, this is Alexis Quinne!”

Alexis tosses her mask into the crowd while approaching the ring. She extends her arms, clenching her fist. Reaching ringside the camera does the classic rotation that it used to do for her entrances. The crowd roars. Alexis ascends up the steel steps. She rest her head on top of the turnbuckle before climbing up the turnbuckle and raises her fist in the air. The crowd cheers and Alexis peers at the crowd. She jumps into the ring and takes off her jacket. From there, she climbs up the top turnbuckle and waits for her opponent.

Sharper: “Alexis Quinne stating earlier tonight that she intentionally stayed out of things last week. While she took the challenge Kim Williams gave her at Retribution, she knew she needed to reset.”

Knots: “She’s resetting. Going from the underground to facing James Evans.”

Sharper: “And Quinne stressed, she’s not thinking about Datura. They were friends, but her focus tonight is a win against a former World Champion.”

The opening of “What's Going On" can be heard blaring through the PA system.  The camera will pan through the curtain as the face of James Evans appears, igniting a negative reaction from the crowd, as they shower him in jeers. The camera remains on James as he breaks through the curtain. The boos intensify as James looks out at the crowd.

"Mother, mother
There's too many of you crying
Brother, brother, brother
There's far too many of you dying
You know we've got to find a way
To bring some lovin' here today, yeah"

James slowly makes his way to the ring, as images of him winning various championships and hitting various moves appear on the screen. James reaches the ring and makes his way up the ring steps, before turning and facing the crowd.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from New York City, New York, he is James Evans!”

"Father, father
We don't need to escalate
You see, war is not the answer
For only love can conquer hate
You know we've got to find a way
To bring some lovin' here today"

James then steps into the ring and walks to the center of it, removing his black hoodie, maintaining his focus.

"Picket lines and picket signs
Don't punish me with brutality
Talk to me
So you can see
Oh, what's going on (What's going on)
What's going on (What's going on)
What's going on (What's going on)
What's going on (What's going on)""

James then goes to the corner and sits on the top turnbuckle, his back to the crowd, as the screen shows James lifting the SCW World title above his head, as his music comes to an end. The crowd boos loudly.

Sharper: “James Evans here. Last week, he left before he could get involved. The show hadn’t started. He wanted nothing to do with the violence.”

Knots: “And in the process shut himself off from titles. I mean if you’re going to claim this is the right way, why not show it!”

James hops down and steps forward. Alexis Quinne does the same. The two look at one another and James Evans says something to her. Alexis just waves him off and backs up. James nods and does the same. The bell sounds as the two circle the ring. They then lunge at one another and Alexis drops down and takes James down with a single leg takedown. She then moves into a side headlock. She pulls back as James slowly gets his knees under him and starts to get up. He drags Alexis to the ropes and fires her off. Quinne bounces off the ropes and James takes her over with a headlock takedown. Quinne counters with a headscissors. Evans nips out and both get up and Quinne goes for a headlock takedown of her own, but Evans blocks it and hoists her up and turns, taking her down with a Greco-Roman takedown. He spins around and into a front facelock. Quinne winces as she then manages to get her hand in and twist, dropping down and twisting around and then grabbing Evans’ arm and moving into a hammerlock. She gets up and knees him in the arm. Evans pulls away and rolls over as Quinne backs up and nods at him. The crowd applauds.

Sharper: “Quinne outwrestling Evans there. The knee to the back, the arm…”

Knots: “Going to remove some of the strength too.”

Sharper: “Evans getting up. At this point, Quinne may be giving Evans what he’s wanted.”

Evans steps up and shakes out his left arm. He then lunges and goes for a grapple, but Quinne drops down, taking Evans down with a drop toe hold. She then moves to the arm and grabs at it. Evans fights and rolls to his side and then pulls Quinne over. She rolls through and gets up and runs at Evans. Evans takes her over with an inside cradle.

Evans jerks on the arm and then hoists her up and hits another back suplex. Quinne winces and turns as Evans grabs the arm and locks in a Fujiwara armbar. Kim: “Mmmm-hmmm!”

Artemis turns away.

Artemis: “Look, I want to have a conversation. You don’t want me to get Xander here-“

Kim: “Xandy? Oh…he wants to play!”

Kim smiles before wincing.

Artemis: “Oh good, you can talk. Someone hasn’t just cracked your jaw.”

Kim: “That would be fun. But no…Angelica said I have to be good. So I’m being good.”

Artemis: “Then be good and answer one question for me…Adam Allocco. Retribution…and then the Cash-in.”

Kim: “Oh him…well we’re buds. Been through it all. Trios and all. Like this!”

Kim holds up her hand, showing her fingers crossed.

Kim: “I mean I think he hopes for that. But I have stapled him in the ass a few times. And well, he helped me with CHAOS!”

Kim laughs.

Kim: “So I guess I helped him.”

Artemis: “Thanks…”

Kim: “You’re welcome!”

She looks around, pulling it out from the wall and then turning and using her weight to get behind it and trying to ram it into Owen. Owen moves out of the way.

Owen turns as Colleen gets up and grabs her and drives her face first into the storage crate. She pops up and staggers back and Owen then turns and throws her into the wall. Kandis vs. Bree Lancaster

SCW Television Championship

The opening of "Whore" by In This Moment fills the arena as red and pink lights swirl around...

{I'm the girl you've been thinking about, The one thing you can't live without
I'm the girl you've been waiting for
I'll have you down on your knees, I'll have you begging for more}

Kandis appears on the stage, still wearing her street clothes, a sultry smirk on her face as the crowd boos. She doesn’t play to the crowd this time, instead focusing on the ring.

{I can be, I can be your eve... ry... thing}

The lights dim as the music seems to pause a moment. Kandis just heads to the ring as vocalist Maria Brink shouts:

{I CAN BE YOUR WHORE!}

Kandis starts down the ramp as the rest of the chorus continues, and rolls into the ring. She takes off her leather jacket and places it on the ropes and then walks around the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall, with a fifteen minute time limit, and is for the SCW Television Championship! First, the challenger, from Santa Barbara California.... she is Kandis!”

{I am the dirt you created
I am your sinner, I am your whore
But let me tell you something, baby
You love me for everything you hate me for}

Kandis continues to walks around the ring as the heavy music fades out as Kandis goes to her corner.

Sharper: “Kandis out here not even in her wrestling gear…”

Knots: “She said she would get her revenge. She already went after Jamison Logan. She threatened Amy Chastaine and Simon Lyman. Hell, I’m surprised her fists aren’t taped.”

Sharper: “Me too.”

Knots: “Then again, she may just be looking to drive her ass into Bree’s face.”

The lights dim slightly as a male voice speaks:

“When's the last time you were afraid?”
“I haven't been afraid a day in my life.”

The music and chorus of Shinedown's “Dead Don't Die” kicks in, with white strobe lights flashing in time. Bree Lancaster runs out from the curtain, arms spread wide, hands facing up, and a smile on her face, the SCW Television Championship around her waist.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from New Orleans, Louisiana, she is the SCW Television Champion, Bree Lancaster!”

{The dead don't die, the heart still beats
Head held high, I haunt these streets
Life's killed me a hundred thousand times
You can try, you can try, but the dead don't die}

Bree makes her way down the ramp, confidence in her step as she speaks to a fan or two on the way. Kandis however looks to stop this by rolling to the floor.

Sharper: “And Kandis is out of the ring! She’s going right for Bree Lancaster!”

Knots: “Hey Bree! Get ready!”

Bree turns as she drops the title as Kandis steps up and nails her with a hard right. Bree fires back with a forearm shot of her own and Kandis knees her in the ribs and runs her into the barricade, chest first. Bree winces and falls to a knee. Kandis grabs the SCW Television Championship and turns and throws it into the ring. She turns back and nails Bree with a hard right and then another and another. Bree remains on a knee as Kandis turns and snaps at a fan chastising her. Kandis turns back as Bree nails her with a hard forearm and then left to the stomach and then a hard right. Kandis falls back to the barricade. The crowd cheers. Bree then grabs Kandis and drags her over to the ring, driving her face first into the ring apron. Kandis stumbles off.

Sharper: “Kandis went to start this fight. Bell hasn’t sounded.”

Knots: “I don’t know if Kandis cares. But she is caring that Bree is fighting back! She can throw some hands too!”

Bree follows up and clubs Kandis in the back. Kandis falls to the barricade. Bree then nails her with a hard forearm and then another before grabbing Kandis and sending her to the ringpost. Kandis blocks it, however, and then elbows Bree in the ribs before then grabbing her and throwing her back first into the barricade. Bree falls to a seated position. Kandis hits a shoot kick to the chest and then another before leaning in with her knee, choking Bree. Fans get in Kandis’s face and she just snaps back at them. Kandis then turns and backs up, walking along the mats before stopping and turning back and hitting Bree with a running hip check against the barricade. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Kandis throwing her body into Bree. That barricade doesn’t move all that much.”

Knots: “And it didn’t give like it did last week with Konrad Raab’s destruction!”

Bree rolls over as Kandis bends over and grabs her and pulls her up and then runs her across and throws her shoulder first into the steel steps. The top half bowls over as Bree falls to the floor. Kandis then slowly starts to walk toward Bree, almost stalking her. Bree winces as Kandis walks over to her and stands over her. Bree slowly starts to get her hands and knees under her and Kandis jumps up and hits the Bass Drop to Bree’s lower back.

Sharper: “Kandis driving her weight down right into the lower spine!”

Knots: “All just because Amy Chastaine got involved at Retribution.”

Sharper: “Driven by this goal to become champion, and destroying anyone, no matter how minor, standing in her way.”

Kandis then gets up and looks at Bree. Kandis kicks the top half of the steps completely off of the bottom and grabs Bree. Kandis drags her up and then scoops her up and smirks as she steps forward, setting up for a fallaway slam onto the bottom half of the stairs. Kandis looks out as Bree suddenly clubs her in the side and then again and again and slides down before scooping Kandis up and slamming her on the bottom half of the steps. Kandis rolls forward and down to the mats, holding her lower back in pain. Bree falls to a knee and looks forward as the crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Bree delivering some of this onslaught right back!”

Knots: “Kandis just hurt in front of us. She landed on her back. If Bree had dropped her on her ass, she’d be back up!”

Bree steps over the steel steps as Kandis starts to get up and Bree drives her face first into the announce table. Kandis pops up and Bree drives her into it again. Bree then turns and rolls her into the ring. Kandis rolls in as Bree turns and rolls in after. Kandis rolls over as Demitra turns and sees if Bree is ready to compete. She nods. Kandis backs up and slowly starts to get up and then smirks and rolls to the floor again. She then backs up as Bree then steps forward and motions to her. Kandis backs up and turns and walks around, turning her back to Bree. Bree turns and exits to the apron and steps forward, but Kandis suddenly turns, having expected this and hits a shoot kick to the shin. Bree falls forward and hard to the apron. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Kandis leaving the ring. I don’t think she has any intention of trying to win the title.”

Knots: “Of course not – she wants the World Title. So this is just another level of disrespect and in the process, she’s looking to injure Bree!”

Sharper: “Bree landing hard on the apron. Also the impact to the knee. We know Kandis can put a lot of force behind those kicks…and now what is she doing?”

Bree turns as Kandis then grabs Bree’s legs. She pulls them off the apron, swiveling her around before placing them over her shoulder. She then pulls Bree off the apron and then hits a sitout powerbomb on the mats. Kandis remains down in a seated position smirking as Bree grimaces in pain. Kandis rolls back. She then looks around as the crowd boos. Kandis rolls back as we now see Amy Chastaine walking out from the back. Simon Lyman is with her. The crowd roars seeing the two of them.

Sharper: “And Amy Chastaine has seen enough. Bree planted with that vicious powerbomb. Kandis just using every trick she can think of and hurt Bree.”

Knots: “Bree is trying to get this in the ring; Kandis is looking to hurt her!”

Sharper: “And Amy and Simon now on the stage. Kandis sees them.”

Kandis turns and looks at them and smirks, motioning to them to come down. Amy just looks down as Kandis turns and stomps Bree in the ribs once and then again and again. Bree rolls over to the ring. Amy and Simon then start to head to the ring, just then, James Evans runs out from the back, still in his entrance attire and runs in front of them. He then stops them. The crowd boos loudly. Amy just turns and snaps at him as Evans then stops her. Simon grabs him and Evans keeps trying to stop them. Just then, Datura runs through the crowd and hops the guardrail. Kandis sees this and starts to head toward her. Datura just snaps at her and walks forward only for Bree to run up behind Kandis. Datura backs up and smiles as Bree then clubs Kandis in the back once and then again. She rolls her into the ring. Bree rolls in after. Kandis slowly gets up and Bree then nails her with the BOGO. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Datura out here. She didn’t hit Kandis-“

Knots: “Nothing would’ve stopped her. But Evans is stopping Amy and Simon who are trying to get to the ring.”

Sharper: “And now officials out here trying to stop that situation on the rampway!”

Amy: “Get the hell away from me, James!”

Evans: “You both should be better than this.”

Lyman: “And her? Kandis?”

Evans: “Lost cause! You both are better!”

Lyman: “I’m not!”

Lyman goes to move forward, but Evans stops him as officials now start to break them up. In the ring, Bree hits Kandis with the Priceless. She then looks at her and steps forward.

Bree: “This what you wanted? You want to just throw down. I’m not going to let you victimize me Kandis! Just because you’re pissed off!”

Bree then turns and walks over and stomps Kandis in the face once and then again and again before Kandis rolls to the floor. Bree then walks around the ring and rolls to the floor. Kandis starts to rummage under the ring. Bree nods to Datura before Bree heads over and just then, Datura runs forward and grabs Bree and pulls her back as Kandis pulls a chair from under the ring and swings, catching Datura. Datura goes down as the crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Datura just saved Bree!”

Knots: “Kandis drilled Datura!”

Kandis then looks at Datura as Bree runs forward and nails her with another BOGO. Kandis staggers back and into the barricade as Bree turns and checks on Datura. Datura is down as the crowd looks on. We then see Syren running out from the back on the floor. Lexy is a few strides behind, but she stops as Syren climbs onto the rampway and then runs down to the ring. She runs around the ring as Kandis gets up and then stops, stepping forward as Syren runs forward. Bree looks up and then turns, ready to fight, but Syren steps forward, standing guard for Bree. Kandis just smirks as she backs up. The crowd buzzes.

Sharper: “Syren coming out. Standing with Bree, her opponent at Playing the Wildcard!”

Knots: “Guess she’s firmly moving away from Ravyn!”

Sharper: “Kandis backing off. Chaos here to end Breakdown!”

Kandis backs up as Syren keeps eye on her. Bree slowly helps Datura up as the scene fades to black…
