“Supreme Championship Wrestling...”

A shot of Syren holding the SCW Women’s Championship, followed by a shot of CHBK hitting a Bittersweet Ending on one individual, before turning a shot of Jason Zero hitting a spear on Brian Kinney from Rise to Greatness a few years ago, before turning into a shot of Jake Starr hitting the Shooting Five Star on James Exeter.

“The leading force in sports and entertainment today....”

The SCW logo then appears on the screen before evaporating into smoke and the scene fades to black.

Just not for long, for long
We could be immor immortals, immor immortals
Immor immortals,

Immortals"

We then see a shot of Merrick Wiseman handcuffing Ravyn Taylor before showing Adrenaline Rush in the ring. Shots of Kennedy Street standing in the middle of the ring posing, followed by Katie Steward posing and AJ Helms and Shaun Cruze walking to the ring are shown. This is followed with a shot of Regan Street dropping Rachel Foxx with the Catnap inside Tactical Warfare before showing Jake Starr and Greg Cherry driving Shaun Cruze through the steel chair at Retribution before the SCW Breakdown logo comes back up on the screen.

The scene then cuts to inside the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Nebraska where pyro ignites either side of the stage and makes its way towards the center. The crowd explodes with electricity with the cameras catching glimpses of all in attendance tonight. Various signs are on full display for their favorite superstars.  The camera continues to pan the crowd before we cut to ringside and the SCW announce table to see Adam Sharper and Shawn Winters at ringside.

Sharper: “Welcome to the heart of the Midwest here in the United States as Breakdown comes to you live from Omaha, Nebraska. I’m Adam Sharper alongside Shawn Winters and tonight, our World Champion will be in action…”

We see the Breakdown logo come up on the screen before we see a shot of James Evans and then a shot of David Miller before showing both.

Sharper: “…against David Miller and James Evans and David Miller have had issues for months. Tonight, they finally will meet in what will surely be a fight, not a wrestling match, but a fight.”

Winters: “And that’s not all tonight. Tonight, the battle of Perfection in some ways. Sienna Swann will face off against Kelcey Wallace…”

The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen again before we see a shot of Sienna Swann and then a shot of Kelcey Wallace before showing both.

Winters: “We know Selena Frost will face Kelcey Wallace at Apocalypse. Tonight, her friend Sienna faces off against Kelcey Wallace. Both have claimed to be the Perfect Ten. We’ll find out who tonight.”

Sharper: “Along with that, four teams will battle, the two that remain will face each other at Apocalypse for a World Tag Team Championship shot and we’ll also find out the stipulation to that huge Tag Team Championship shot between Autumn Valentine & Gable Winchester and Adrenaline Rush.”

The lights go out leaving the arena in complete darkness. In the darkness we hear the thumping of a heart beating twice. With each beat we see a pink heart on the screens, and pink lights on the stage flashing in unison. After a few more seconds of darkness we hear the heart beating twice more, accompanied by the same lights. A few more seconds of darkness are followed by two more flashes of light, this time in a silhouette against the lights we see the figure of a woman standing. Two more heart beats once again show the silhouette of the woman. The crowd roars and “Groupie” by Cassie Steele hits the PA system. The lights come back up as the crowd roars to find Syren standing in the middle of the stage.

Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
Dark Fantasy

The crowd continues to cheer as Syren starts to make her way down the rampway. She gets down to the ringside area and climbs up the steel steps. She just steps into the ring and looks around the arena.

Sharper: “When we last saw Syren, she was about to be powerbombed off the top rope…”

BREAKDOWN – LAST WEEK:

James Evans clubs Syren in the back and then again as he climbs up to the middle turnbuckle. He grabs Syren as Cassidy Carter looks around and Ace Marshall grabs at the ropes. He rolls into the ring, in pain. He starts to get up as we see Ravyn Taylor running down from the back too. Ace runs over and as James goes to lift Syren up, Cassidy also enters the ring. Ace runs over and grabs James and pulls him off. Syren holds onto the ropes and James is thrown back. Ravyn slides into the ring. Cassidy gets up and James quickly rolls out of the ring. He then smirks as Syren falls over and down back into the ring. Ravyn heads over to Syren as James looks up and smirks. Ace turns to him and winces a bit. Cassidy looks at him too. Syren rolls over and looks up. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

Winters: “And Syren is lucky. We know James would’ve done it. He did it at Rise to Greatness. Ace knew that. Ravyn knew that. And Syren was warned repeatedly all night that James was dangerous.”

Sharper: “As you said, he did it at Rise to Greatness. He powerbombed Ace Marshall off the top rope and into the barricade. Ace Marshall was still in pain last week. Who knows what he could’ve done to Syren?”

We cut back to the ring. Syren stands in the ring, microphone in her hands. She looks around as her music fades out.

Syren: “I was told by a number of people that I should be concerned, keep my eyes open, for James Evans…”

Syren pauses for a moment.

Syren: “And if it hadn’t been for some of those people, I don’t know if I’d be standing here right now. After the show, I even spoke with Ace Marshall, who told me what James Evans is capable of, the damage…both in the ring and out of the ring…”

Sharper: “Out of the ring? Referring to the attacks on Cassidy?”

Winters: “I’ve heard something more.”

Sharper: “Well you are friends with Ace.”

Winters: “Generally.”

The crowd boos a bit.

Syren: “And James Evans was willing to not just send some message. Not just say that he was going to beat me. I was going to try and end my career. I’ve made it no secret that I’ve had neck issues in the past. And James Evans, I’m sure of it was willing to lift me up and powerbomb me right into that barricade.”

Syren walks over to the corner and points to the barricade. The camera shows it for a moment.

Syren: “…and leave me lying, carried off on a stretcher. Ace told me he was lucky and I watched that match again. He was. And I get it…James Evans is dangerous. He’s a threat to me and my career.”

Syren looks down for a moment and takes a breath.

Syren: “But I’ve been in a similar place to this before. I’ve been in the ring with people who wanted to end my career. I remember when Rachel Tatum Lee tried to destroy me in the Thunderdome. I even know that Regan Street’s hatred of me was that violent that if she could’ve thrown in front of a moving vehicle, she may have. But in some weird way, I can at least explain it. We hated each other. We had reason to hate each other. I represented something to both of them they despised. I guess I do for James Evans. Even if we’ve barely had much history. He’s already wanted to take it to the level of trying to end my career. Well, James, all you’ve told me is that professional wrestling cannot afford to have you as their champion…no, not because of skill, but because a champion doesn’t try to injure. A champion doesn’t try to maim. A champion FIGHTS…the WRESTLE….and you didn’t do either. You were going to take advantage and injure.”

Syren looks at the camera.

Syren: “This is already personal with one action. But then again, any time the World Championship is on the line, it’s personal to me. That is a symbol that means EVERYTHING to me. And part of me wants to stand here and say you’re threatened. Just like you were hoping if you took Ace Marshall out, you would have one less challenger. You could maintain your time at the top. But this is SCW-“

Just then, “Joyride (Omen)” starts to play. The crowd roars and boos. Syren turns over to the entrance way and we don’t see James Evans walk out from the back. Instead we see James Evans standing backstage in one of the hallways. He just chuckles a bit as the crowd boos some more.

James: “Thank God you stopped there. I don’t need to hear that this the place of the best competition. You’ve already said plenty.”

James pauses for a moment as the crowd boos. Syren just glares at the big screen.

James: “All you’ve made clear is that you haven’t gotten the hint from everyone who was warning you. So since you haven’t figured it out, I invite you to sit at ringside, just as I did last week and see what you’re up against. You’ll even have David Miller there who no doubt will try and knock me out. Too bad he’s going to fail, just like you will and you and him will both find out how dangerous I really am.”

James Evans then smirks as he turns and walks off camera. The crowd boos as we cut back to see Syren in the ring. She just looks around as the crowd boos some more.

Winters: “Well Syren, that wasn’t creepy at all.”

Sharper: “James Evans saying Syren may not understand what’s in front of us.”

Winters: “She will at some point. James says it will be tonight.”

The crowd continues to boo as Syren just looks at the big screen and we cut away.

Backstage we see Amy Chastaine with her leg propped up on a bench in her locker room. She has her tights leg pulled up as she adjusts the brace on her knee in preparation for her Television Title match tonight. A knock on the door interrupts her. She pulls the tights leg down before answering.

Amy: "Yeah."

The door opens and David Miller takes one step inside. Amy backs up a step.

David: "Talk for a minute?"

Amy: "If you do it from that spot."

Miller holds his hands up, palms out, something of a defensive gesture.

David: "Okay. I'm not here to fight."

Amy: "That's a change."

David: "About that. Last week after the show. I was out of line."

Amy: "Oh, you think?"

Amy glares, her arms crossed.

David: "Look, we both said some harsh things. Can't even blame you for what you said, I should have told you the truth months ago. Just came to say I'm sorry."

Amy's glare softens a bit, and she nods, once.

Amy: "Okay. Doesn't change anything. I said I was done and I meant it. I have had too much experience with short tempers and apologies after the fact. I am not gonna hang around and wait for the next screaming match or swing at me."

Miller looks away a second, and rubs at his face.

David: "Yeah. Sorry about that, too. Don't worry, I get it. I'll keep to my corner of backstage, you can keep to yours. I just needed to say that."

Amy nods, her arms still crossed, features set in her decision.

Amy: "Fine. Anything else?"

David: "Just one. Good luck with your match."

Amy: ".... thanks. I'd say the same to you, but I'm not sure which one of you will need it more."

Miller nods, understanding that she just compared his temper and brutality to Evans.

David: "We'll see."

Miller seems to be debating saying something else, but just shakes his head and walks out. As soon as he's gone, Amy exhales a deep breath, and sits on the bench behind her, rubbing her face with both hands.

COMMERCIAL:

We open up backstage as the camera pans across a table backstage. We see a large bowl, filled with jelly beans. The camera then pans over to show another bowl filled with Skittles. We then see another bowl filled with Goldfish crackers.

Sloan: “Oh my Gosh…Di! Di! Look!”

We pan up to see Sloan Sawyer pointing at the bowl of Goldfish crackers. Diana Weston walks over and stands behind her, less impressed than her red-haired tag partner.

Sloan: “I was right! They totes get me!”

Diana: “Uh-huh. Totes….”

Sloan grabs a handful before Diana walks off. Sloan walks off too.

Sharper: “There are Sloan Sawyer and Diana Weston, the Daughters of Darkness. They will debut tonight!”

Winters: “Goldfish?!”

The scene fades to black.

Katelyn Buehler vs. Tommy Valentine

The arena's lights cut out completely, plunging the whole room into darkness for several seconds before the screens light up to display a countdown.

THOMAS VALENTINE WILL BLOW THE
ROOF OFF IN

NOW!

The screens show static for a few seconds before going dark once more. The black screen starts to pulse now like a heartbeat and on each pulse that reverberates round the arena, a shot of Thomas in various poses is shown before reverting to the blackness until the next pulse that sounds like a bass drum beat with increasing volume until a final shot of him holding the SCW Title aloft after winning the match at Taking Hold Of The Flame is Shown and remains until two green fireworks shoot from the rafters and explode on the ramp. The explosion drifts across the ramp before the beginning chords to "Darkest Of Kin" by Maylene And The Sons Of Disaster, hits.

"STAND UP, FISTS OUT - THIS IS THE REAL THING!"

As the last word echoes, the lights start to strobe again briefly as the song reverberates throughout the arena now, causing the fans to start cheering. The lights finally flicker back on and Thomas Valentine can now be seen on top of the arena's ramp in a set of shades with a custom logo on the lens, as he looks out into the audience that are now cheering loudly, chanting his name in some cases.

Phillips: “This match is your opening contest and is scheduled for onefall with a twenty minute time limit. First, on his way to the ring, from Raleigh, North Carolina, Tommy Valentine!”

He stops and smiles a little before spinning around away from the fans and holding his arms outwards before making a beckoning motion with his hands, fireworks shoot out at the top of the ramp again in a burst before he spins one hundred and eighty degrees and resumes walking down to the ring. As he walks past the barrier he looks out into the crowds and goes to high five as many fans as possible before moving on down the ramp, revelling in their adoration and cheers before he slides underneath the ropes and immediately runs to the corner and climbs the turnbuckle, making beckoning gestures again before smiling at all the fans in the crowds. He jumps down and does the same to all the turnbuckles before standing still in the centre, cranking his neck. Thomas then takes the sunglasses off and hands them to the referee, telling him to keep them safe before waiting for his opponent.

Sharper: “This should be a classic ladies and gentlemen. Tommy Valentine and Katelyn Buehler, both coming off tough losses at Rise to Greatness, will be doing all they can in order to regain some momentum here tonight.”

Winters: “I know both of these competitors in one way or another, and I can tell that at the end of it all, it is going to come down to who wants it more.”

We then cut to the entrance way as “My House” by PVRIS starts to play throughout the arena. The crowd roars and many cheer. We then see Katelyn Buehler walk out from the back in her leather jacket. She looks out at the crowd and smiles before turning to the ring. Valentine remains focused as she walks around the ring.

Phillips: “And his opponent, from Los Angeles, California, she is Katelyn Buehler!”

The crowd continues to cheer as Katelyn then starts to walk down to the ring. She just makes her way down to the ring, the camera following her as she makes her way down. Katelyn then goes down to the floor before high-fiving a few fans hands and then turning to the other side and high-fiving a few more before then running over to the steps. She then turns and runs to the side of the ring and slides underneath. She gets up to her knees and slides her hair out of her face and looks at Valentine. Valentine nods and cheers Katelyn on a bit, showing respect. Katelyn then lets out a primal scream, leaning back. She then gets up as the crowd yells out with her. She then steps back before taking off her jacket and dropping it down to the floor behind her.

Winters: “Katelyn looking focused. She took Kelcey Wallace to her limit at Rise to Greatness, but couldn’t quite get past her. She will be looking to take down the former World Champion.”

Sharper: “And don’t forget. Tommy Valentine came very close to winning the Adrenaline Championship and becoming a Supreme Champion here. Took a risk that didn’t pay off. No doubt he will be looking to get right back into title contention.”

Winters: “Yeah, but while Tommy is figuring that out, Katelyn has Dawn Lohan in eleven days at Apocalypse.”

The referee calls for the bell. Valentine puts his hands up as does Katelyn, before they tie up. Valentine quickly takes Katelyn down to the mat, gaining control of the full guard. Katelyn struggles a bit to break free, trying to spin around, but Valentine switches position and locks in a sleeper hold. Katelyn begins to sway back and forth, before rolling out of the hold. Both get to their feet and tie up once more with Katelyn locking in a side headlock. Valentine shoves her into the ropes. Katelyn bounces back, going for a lariat but Valentine dunks it. Katelyn turns around as Valentine goes for a clothesline only for Katelyn to dunk under it as well. Valentine turns around and both nod at one another before locking up again.

Sharper: “It appears we are in a sort of feeling out stage between these two opponents. Both very respectful. Both world class athletes.”

Winters: “That’s the thing though. Katelyn probably doesn’t want to risk injury. Tommy knows he’s at that weird place where he’s now got to fight back for the opportunities. Christy sure as hell won’t give him another shot.”

Valentine takes control, taking Katelyn down to the mat with a snapmare. He goes to grab Katelyn, but Katelyn lands a kick, which staggers Valentine. Katelyn gets to her feet and kicks Valentine in the midsection, before taking him down with a swinging neckbreaker. She then goes for the cover.

Valentine kicks out.
Katelyn locks in a headlock, but Valentine quickly gets to his feet, grabbing Katelyn and dropping her with a side suplex. Valentine then goes for a cover of his own.

2

Katelyn kicks out.
The crowd cheers as both get to their feet, nodding in approval. They tie up once again, with Katelyn hitting a few forearms then leaping up and connecting with a dropkick that sends Valentine into the ropes. He bounces back, dunking under a spin kick from Katelyn. He then grabs Katelyn from behind and hits the Redemption Syndrome before hooking the leg.

2

Katelyn kicks out once more.
The crowd cheers as Valentine locks in another side headlock. Valentine lifts Katelyn to her feet, maintaining the headlock. Katelyn struggles to break free before hitting an elbow to the side of Valentine’s head followed by another and another. Valentine breaks the hold. Katelyn turns then hits a quick round house kick, dropping Valentine to the mat. Katelyn moves in for the pin.

2

Valentine kicks out.

Sharper: “Back and forth action here folks. Nearfall and Tommy Valentine kicks out.”

Winters: “Just go for another kick to the head. That seems to work well.”

Sharper: “Katelyn has been a World Champion in here own right, winning the IWC World Championship. She has come a long way since her days with Ethan von Aaron as well as the Chosen.”

Winters: “No doubt, but let’s face it. To the SCW faithful, Tommy Valentine is the constant. He’s been here since I was winning titles, so I know!”

Valentine gets to his feet only for Katelyn to hook him and hit the #BitchSlayer. Katelyn then hooks the leg.

2

Valentine kicks out.
Katelyn grabs Valentine but he shoves her back. Katelyn goes for another round house but Valentine dunks it, before coming back with a Crescent kick, dropping Katelyn to the mat. Valentine picks Katelyn off of the mat before whipping her into the ropes. Katelyn bounces back only for Valentine to catch her and plant her with a T-Bone suplex. Valentine salutes the crowd and points to the corner. Valentine climbs to the top rope and goes for a 450 leg drop, but Katelyn rolls out of the way as Valentine crashes and burns. Katelyn gets to her feet and goes to kick Valentine in the head, but he dunks under and rolls Katelyn up for a pin.

2

Katelyn shoots the shoulder up. Both slowly get to their feet. The ref checks on both as they nod at the ref as well as each other before moving to the center of the ring and locking up.

Winters: “Valentine went up top and didn’t quite connect. Katelyn tried to move in for the kick, but Valentine was quick enough to scout it through the pain and he got a near fall. Valentine using that veteran experience and Katelyn using that resiliency she has.”

Sharper: “They have done a good job at wearing one another down, but go for the final blow here. They’ve both gotten good shots in. Finish it off.”

Katelyn hits a few more forearms to the face. Valentine breaks away. Katelyn grabs Valentine and spins him around, only for him to plant her with a twist of fate. He then goes for the cover.

2

Katelyn kicks out.
Valentine lifts Katelyn off of the mat but she hits a quick European uppercut before leaping up and taking Valentine down with the KBO. The crowd explodes as Katelyn hooks the leg and the ref makes the cover.

3….NO!!! Valentine shoots the shoulder up just in the nick of time. The crowd cheers while Katelyn checks with the referee before climbing to her feet, stalking Valentine as he gets to his. Katelyn moves in, grabbing Valentine, but Valentine quickly spins around as Katelyn goes for a round house. Valentine dunks it. Katelyn turns around surprised only for Valentine to go for the Griever’s Bane. Katelyn slides out of it, dropping to the mat as Valentine lands on his back.

Sharper: “Griever’s Bane! Katelyn got out of it!”

Winters: “And didn’t just shove him off. Threw him down, causing some extra pain.”

Valentine shakes his head and climbs to his feet, only for Katelyn to move in and nail him with the KTFO. Valentine hits the mat as Katelyn drops down and hooks the leg.

3!!!

The ref calls for the bell as the crowd explodes once more, cheering Katelyn as the referee lifts her hand in the air.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Katelyn Buehler!”

Sharper: “And Buehler, with the KTFO! That discus elbow that put down many in the Best of the Best, as sure a thing as you can have in this business. Tommy is out and gets the win.”

Winters: “Caught it all, and with both having an offense that can come out of nowhere, Katelyn gets it. Dawn Lohan, I hope you’re watching. You wanted it, and Katelyn showing what she can do against a former World Champion and a Supreme Champion.”

Buehler looks around as Tommy holds his jaw, slowly rolling over. Katelyn glances over at him before turning back and climbing up to the middle turnbuckle and looking out to the crowd as her music plays.

We see at ringside Adam Sharper and Shawn Winters sitting at ringside as the fans in the CenturyLink Center cheer wildly.

Sharper: “And we’ve got so much more to come tonight. So without further ado, let’s send it to the back where Spirit Dansby is standing by. Spirit?”

We cut to the backstage area where we see Spirit Dansby standing outside the locker room door.

Spirit: “Thanks Adam. Right now I’m here outside the locker room waiting for a word with… with… err… hi? What are you wearing?”

The camera pans and we see the person who’s managed to stop Spirit in mid-speech, none other than the hostess of the Chapel Show Live, Lexy Chapel, dressed in an Inverness cape and deerstalker cap, along with a pipe in her mouth. She chews on the pipe for a moment before bubbles come out the end.

Lexy: “Ah, there you are. Come, an investigation is afoot.”

Spirit: “Seriously, what ARE you wearing?”

Lexy: “No time to dillydally. The world wants answers, and Sherlexy Holmes is here to investigate her greatest case so far, the Strange Case of the Apparent Stick Up Mr D’s Ass. Of course I cannot do it alone. That is why you’re here however, Watson.”

Spirit: “Watson? I’m not—”

Lexy holds up a finger, quieting the young interviewer before removing a bowler hat and a tweed jacket from her bag and handing the jacket to Spirit, placing the hat on her head and nodding.

Lexy: “Excellent. Now, are you ready to begin the investigation in earnest?”

Spirit: “Where did you get these outfits?”

Lexy: “Elementary, my dear Watson… I got them from a presentation that was given at an elementary school. Now, are you coming or not? There is much to investigate. Bring the cameras, we are going to want to document this…”

Lexy chews on her pipe again before blowing a few more bubbles and then walking off. Spirit is about to argue but sighs and follows behind her as the camera watches them disappear down the hall, Lexy looking at the floor as she walks and pulling an oversized magnifying glass out of her bag to begin her investigations. We return to ringside where both Winters and Sharper are looking bemused.

Sharper: “Well… I guess we won’t be getting that interview. Still, Sherlexy Holmes is apparently investigating the boss’s actions last week. This should be… interesting?”

Winters: “Given his mood last week I’m not entirely convinced that he’s going to find this funny.”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIAL:

Mr. D can be seen in his office looking at some paperwork as there is a knock at the door.

Mr. D: “Come in.”

The door opens and Cassidy Carter walks into the room. Mr. D looks up.

Mr. D: “Cassidy. What can I do for you?”

Cassidy: “Oh you know-“

Mr. D: “And look, about Ace Marshall, we’d love to give him a rematch but-“

Cassidy: “Oh that…yeah. That can come whenever. We get it. Syren got the shot. He’s…fine with that. But whatever. That’s not why I’m here.”

Mr. D: “Well then why are you?”

Cassidy: “Well Ace and I are going to get hitched and what not-“

Mr. D: “Wait? You two are getting married. I thought you weren’t…uh…seeing each other.”

Cassidy: “Oh we’re not. We’re just bored.”

Mr. D: “Ah…I see.”

Cassidy: “What? I get new shoes. How am I to turn that down? Plus, it’s taking the valet/client portion of our relationship to a new level. Let’s just say the bonuses I get are worth it.”

Mr. D: “Okay, okay. I don’t need to know. How does any of this involve me?”

Cassidy: “Well since Ace has such a good relationship with his fans…”

Cassidy rolls her eyes a bit.

Cassidy: “We figured we should have it some place where the sanctity of marriage could be honoured. So we want it in a wrestling ring.”

Mr. D: “You’re serious?”

Cassidy: “Deadly…about everything…except marriage. Screw that.”

Mr. D sighs.

Mr. D: “Well do you have a date?”

Cassidy: “Oh that…well, you know. When works?”

Mr. D: “When works? This can’t be serious.”

Cassidy: “Ace isn’t here. So yes, it is serious. Me you can trust. Him…”

Cassidy rolls her eyes again.”

Mr. D: “Let me…I’ll get back to you.”

Cassidy: “Excellent. Thanks.”

Cassidy smiles and turns around and walks off as the crowd just looks on.

Sharper: “Cassidy and Ace are getting married and they want it in an SCW ring?”

Winters: “And it’s not serious. Hell, that’s a recipe for success if I ever saw one.”

Sharper: “You’d know.”

The scene fades away.

The lights drop completely, plunging the room into darkness before the speakers burst into life with the opening of “For Boston” by the Dropkick Murphys and the crowd begin to buzz in recognition straight away as white strobe lights flicker on the stage. As the last drone from the bagpipes of “For Boston” ends however and “Right Back At It Again” by A Day To Remember hits the speakers and the lights come back up to show Matty Stone walking out onto the stage. He smiles down at the fans around him before throwing his fist into the air and the fans roar before he turns and makes his way to the ring.

Winters: “What is he doing here?”

Sharper: “Matty Stone and his student at Ante Up, Catalina Herrera, they were victorious at the Rise to Greatness Pre-Show against Eli D’Angelo and Sterling Hero. Neither have been seen since. But we saw Matty last week throwing the US Championship out of the locker room after Wiseman’s embarrassing display. I talked to him earlier, and he said he’s back on the roster. SCW has hired him after that impressive showing.”

Matty Stone heads down to the ring before going over to the steel steps. He steps up them and enters into the ring. He then looks around at the Omaha crowd. They cheer him and he nods before backing up and turning over to the corner. He looks around before going over to the corner and grabbing a microphone left to him by Jason Phillips. He takes it and turns back to the middle of the ring. He looks around as the crowd roars.

Winters: “He just got back. What the hell does he have to say?”

Stone takes a moment as his music fades out. He then looks at the crowd.

Matty: “Seems like I have a habit of finding myself in situations where I have to be the adult. I had to stand up for my students thanks to some moral asshole thinking he was better than us, and we rightfully kicked his ass in Milwaukee at the Rise to Greatness pre-show. So proud of Catalina on that one.”

Matty pauses as the crowd gives him polite applause.

Matty: “But while I teach my students respect for this sport, for the competitors, no matter what, last week, my first week back as a full time guy, I saw some son of a bitch walk out, claiming justice and said, because he didn’t give a damn about the TV title, because he wanted to focus on other things, he was going to lie down and give up!”

Matty looks around as the crowd boos.

Matty: “Simply pathetic!”

Matty cheers some now.

Matty: “We all know who it was. Merrick Wiseman. And Amy Chastaine did exactly as she should’ve and Mr. D, he had the balls to call them out on it. So happy to see that…but I think they both deserve an ass-kicking for asking us to essentially lie down while they pissed in our mouths. Everyone who has spilled blood, sweat and tears for ANY title. Now while Regan Street wants her hands on Merrick Wiseman it seems and trust me, it’s for her own reasons, but I’m not dumb enough to stand in front of that Hellcat as she tries to rip and tear whatever she can get out of Wiseman….”

The crowd roars.

Matty: “But Vixen Cain, your dance card is full. Now I’m not going to stand here and claim I deserve a shot at the US Championship, but after seeing what you and Wiseman put Ravyn Taylor and Dawn Lohan through and how you support Wiseman in all of this, I think you need a good reality check. Now this is the point where I’d make a challenge and wait for you to come out, but we all know you’re not here yet. You’re conveniently not here yet and frankly, most of us wouldn’t want you here. But Mr. D…you are. So I hope you’re listening. I just want a match. So I hope…I hope you’ll give it me.”

Matty brings the microphone down. His music plays again as the crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Straight and to the point.”

Winters: “Well at least he knows he’s not in the running for a US title shot. But come on. He’s the champion!”

Sharper: “Well given the hate Cain and Wiseman quickly engendered from one action, you wonder what Mr. D is thinking regarding his US Champion and the so-called justice of this company.”

Matty Stone hands the microphone off. He then turns and walks off and goes over to the ropes. He steps through and drops down to the floor. He then starts to head to the back .

Backstage, we see Kennedy Street walking into the building with Maximillian. The crowd boos seeing them. She takes a few more steps before stopping and Maximillian heads over to security.

Maximillian: “Kennedy Street is here. This better be better than last week. Where is her locker room?”

Kennedy just taps her foot, clearly impatient as the security scans his sheet. A few moments pass before he nods.

Security guard: “Room 21A.”

Maximillian: “Is it a private locker room?”

Security guard: “Oh no. It’s a pretty large one. One of the two major women’s locker room. A nice brunette was in there. Probably still is.”

Maximillian: “What was her name?”

Kennedy: “Oh God…not Stacy…”

Security: “No…a Cla…Midah.”

Kennedy: “Clamidiya! I’m in a locker room with Clamidiya?! This is unacceptable!”

Kennedy Street snaps as Maximillian holds her back. Maximillian then starts to drag her back as Kennedy continues to yell at the security guard and we cut away.

EARLIER TONIGHT:

We see Ace Marshall walking into the arena with Ravyn Taylor. The crowd roars as the two of them have their gear with them, carrying their bags. They’re talking to one another, but the sound is muted as Sharper and Winters speak over the scene.

Sharper: “This was earlier today when Ace Marshall and Ravyn Taylor arrived together.”

Winters: “Well, I guess he was successful with his post-Breakdown chat. Or either that he had some fun.”

Sharper: “Ravyn Taylor and Ace Marshall came together. Both concerned over this main event with Syren and James Evans, for seemingly their own reasons. Ravyn Taylor taking some consideration of the number of concerns waged over James.”

Winters: “And apparently, they’ve got something figured out.”

Sharper: “They’re with Mr. D now, let’s cut to the office.”

The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen as we see Ace Marshall and Ravyn Taylor in the office of Mr. D. Mr. D paces a bit behind his desk as Ace Marshall leans against the wall and Ravyn Taylor leans on his desk.

Mr. D: “So let me get this straight. You two want to face each other at Apocalypse, but just because. You arrived together and came up with this consideration.”

Ravyn: “Precisely.”

Ace: “I don’t see how it’s so surprising.”

Mr. D: “Given that Cassidy was here earlier with some other idea relating to you, I’m a bit on guard.”

Ace: “Oh that?”

Ravyn: “What?”

Ace: “We’re getting married. Should be fun.”

Ravyn: “Uh….okay, well I guess congratulations.”

Ace: “Thanks! Although we won’t need to run to Canada to do it. See! There! Sick burn! Book the match.”

Ravyn then feigns anger, bringing her hand to her mouth before responding in the most monotonous way possible.

Ravyn: “Oh, my honour. How will I ever move on? I shall thrash you at Apocalypse.”

Ravyn and Ace turn to Mr. D.

Mr. D: “With everything else going on, I’m sure there’s something going on here with regards to James as I know Ace, you’re quite concerned. Ravyn, you too. I am as well given what he tried.”

Ravyn: “That’s an understatement.”

Ace: “Yeah….”

Mr. D: “But if you two want to face each other, frankly, you’re two of our top stars, and if you want to compete, I’m happy to sign that match. For once people come to me instead of just forcing my hand. It’s refreshing.”

Ace: “Yeah…we had you in mind.”

Ravyn: “Completely.”

Mr. D: “Now if you don’t mind.”

Ace turns and exits the office. Ravyn just looks at Mr. D before leaving the office. She then walks into the hallway, joining Ace. They close the door behind them. Ace turns around as Ravyn does.

Ace: “So then, rules as discussed.”

Ravyn: “No shots to the head. We compete and then we wait at Gorilla until we know Syren is safe or James is unconscious.”

Ace: “Perfect.”

Ace turns and goes to walk off. Ravyn stops him.

Ravyn: “Ace!”

Ace stops and turns around.

Ravyn: “How much is he aware of?”

Ace: “As far as I know, no one has told him what he pulled with me. With anyone else?”

Ravyn: “Then why don’t we just blow this open-“

Ace: “Two reasons. It’s their call and frankly, do you think Syren would want to win while James is suspended?”

Ravyn just nods.

Ace: “Now you can decide whether to tell her. She wouldn’t listen last week.”

Ravyn: “Yeah….we’ll make sure she’s okay. And if not, Ace….”

Ace: “Yeah, yeah.”

Ace walks off as Ravyn watches him leave.

Sharper: “They are concerned about James…but what is Ace referring to. There’s more?”

Winters: “I don’t know. A lot of people are concerned about what James will do, but this is as serious as I’ve ever seen Ace.”

Sharper: “Same here.”

Memphis Cade vs. Derek Adonis

SCW Television Title Eliminator

"Sexually Addictive.Charismatically Gifted"

“Your Sexual Savior Is Here!”

The lyrics of "Revolving Door" by Crazy Town ring out from the SCW fans as light blue pyros shoot up in the air. A few moments pass as the song plays then. Memphis Cade slowly strolls out on the stage and does a crucifix pose with his head down. He then quickly jerks his head up as he has a smug smirk on his face and takes in the boos as he chuckles to himself a bit. Chubbs then strolls out behind him holding a sign under his right arm. Chubbs then holds up the sign which reads "Women Your Sex God has returned". Memphis Cade looks at the sign and just smirks and nods in agreement. They both make their way down toward the ring as they provoke the fans more. Memphis Cade makes it to ringside as he stops in front of a couple of hot women as Memphis Cade leans back and whispers in the ear of Chubbs.

Phillips: “Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for onefall, has a ten minute time limit, and is your SCW Television Championship Eliminator. First, on his way to the ring, accompanied by his manager, Chubbs, from Los Angeles, California, Memphis Cade!”

Then Memphis Cade walks away and climbs up on the ring apron. Meanwhile Chubbs pulls out his wallet and gives the attractive woman the room key. The woman denies it till Chubbs points out it isn't his room key, but rather Memphis Cade's room key. She then readily takes the key but Chubbs jerks it away. Memphis points and laughs at the women.

Memphis then jumps over the ring ropes. While in the ring, Memphis Cade takes off his black Silverstar shirt and throws it to the ring attendant. Memphis turns around and shows off his body to the showers of boos from the crowd. Chubbs then rolls in to the ring and stands up as he throws his arms up. Memphis Cade walks over and climbs the middle rope and he motions look at me before pointing at the attractive women and just shakes his head. He finally jumps down and gets ready for the match.

Sharper: “Memphis Cade back to SCW after a couple of years away and immediately, he’s been thrust into an opportunity.”

Winters: “This could be a match where our women fans are going to have to control themselves. Cade handing out room keys and then they’ll have to deal with Man Mountain and rancid Old Spice!”

LADIES – YOUR ADONIS IS HERE!

The opening horns of “Weird Al” Yankovic’s “Wanna B Ur Lovr” begin to play out over the crowd, meaning the crowd is about to be “graced” by the presence of a living love machine – the man known as Derek Adonis!

Stepping out amidst spotlights of every colour of the rainbow, the man’s outfit radiates light against a few blacklights slipped in, and he is completely oblivious to his detractors, basking in the glow of the spotlight as he begins his sensual stride towards the ring. We also see the flash of someone walking behind him, the sheen of some house lights bouncing off him as Manvel walks out, covered in baby oil as he follows Adonis out.

Phillips: “And his opponent, from Las Vegas, Nevada, he is accompanied by Manvel, he is Man Mountain, Derek Adonis!”

Adonis just smiles before heading down to the rampway with Manvel following him. Notably, they ignore everyone on their way down to the ring. Memphis just looks out at the crowd, seemingly talking to some more females in the crowd. Adonis meanwhile stops at the floor and turns and walks over to the same female fans Chubbs handed Memphis Cade’s keycard too. Adonis then leans on the barricade and tries to chat up the female fans as they just turn to each other laughing. Derek then puts his hands up and turns and grabs Manvel and places him in front of them. He then shows himself up before telling one of the female fans to touch him. They do as Manvel just smiles and nods. Derek then turns to them, before seemingly asking if they’ve sealed the deal.

Winters: “Well uh…”

Sharper: “Adonis and Manvel are trying to get in on Cade’s plans for the night.”

Winters: “Well it’s up to them. The one seems to like Manvel. So I guess there’s hope. Trust me ladies, Memphis Cade at least knows how to make you have a good time. I taught him plenty!”

Cade meanwhile turns back as Chubbs gets his attention. He then shakes his head before walking across the ring and stepping through the ropes. He then dives off and nails Adonis in the back. Adonis falls over and down to the floor. Cade then stomps him in the ribs and then again. He turns back and Manvel jumps up and hits a dropkick. Cade falls over and Manvel winces as he holds his side as he starts to get up.

Sharper: “Cade having enough, going to the floor and going after Adonis. Manvel takes him down with a dropkick.”

Winters: “Who the hell throws a dropkick on the floor?!”

Manvel slowly gets up and turns to the female fans as Derek gets up. Cade starts to get up, using the ring and Adonis turns and rolls him into the ring. He slides in. Cade rolls over as the bell sounds. Adonis gets up and jumps up and elbows him in the back as he gets up. Cade falls back down. Adonis gets up and hits a jumping elbow drop again. He goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Cade kicks out. Manvel turns back to the ring. He then tells the women to hold up as we see Cade rolling over. Adonis gets up and grabs Cade. He then turns and whips him into the corner. Adonis runs after him and Cade gets his boot up. Adonis stumbles back and Cade runs out and nails him with a clothesline. The crowd ohs and boos. Adonis rolls over. Cade walks around the ring before rubbing his chest a bit.

Sharper: “Cade with a hard clothesline.”

Winters: “Shutting Adonis down faster than those women should have. Geez.”

Adonis starts to get up and Cade runs over and stomps him in the chest and then again and again. Manvel hops onto the apron and Cade runs over and nails him with a hard right. He then shakes his head and turns around. Adonis nails him in the ribs with a shot. Adonis gets up and runs into the far ropes. He bounces off and Cade jumps up and hits a dropkick of his own. The crowd ohs. Adonis hits the mat and rolls over. He then starts to get up. Adonis looks over at Manvel and then the ladies before doing a half dazed thumbs up, only for Cade to roll his eyes. He then nails Adonis with the Stamp of the Sexual Savior. The crowd ohs. Adonis just drops to the mat. Cade grabs him and then pulls him away from the ropes, dragging him out. Cade then turns and exits to the apron. Cade climbs up to the top rope and Manvel just looks at him and tells him to get off the top. Cade then looks at Adonis and dives off, hitting the Completely Satisfied! The crowd ohs. Cade hooks the leg.

Winters: “Better than Jake Starr!”

Sharper: “The Completely Satisfied, Cade’s version of the Shooting Five Star!”

Cade turns and goes for the pin before standing up and turning away a bit and then placing a knee down on his chest.

1!

2!

3!

The crowd boos. Cade gets up and backs up as Manvel exits the ring. Cade turns and rolls through the ropes and down to the floor. The referee exits to the ring and raises his arm. Manvel enters the ring. Chubbs then points to the two female fans before walking around the ring and joining Cade.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, and next challenger to the SCW Television Championship, Memphis Cade!”

The crowd boos.

Sharper: “Cade, once he got out from Adonis trying to take advantage, dominant and earning a shot at either Amy Chastaine or Shilo Valiant next week, here on Breakdown.”

Winters: “Great return for him and looks like he’ll have fun celebrating later tonight. And as for Adonis and Manvel, well, tough break, maybe the tag division will treat you better.”

Sharper: “They both probably are hoping there. They struck out in the ring and possibly in their plans for the evening too.”

Cade continues to head to the back as Manvel turns to Adonis as Adonis stirs. He winces and starts to slowly get up.

We open up backstage as we see Alexis Quinne standing in her locker room with Dante McCaffery leaning against the wall as El Rudo and Grundy stand across from her.

Quinne: “Tonight, we’re going to remind everyone that we’re not going to let the Pre-Show define us. Kayl got lucky. Last week, he remembered that PUNK HAZARD always end things standing!”

El Rudo cheers as Grundy just looks at her silent.

Dante: “More that SCW finally may give us some respect. This is my first match in three months.”

Quinne: “Exactly. We should have everyone fearing us. They should be quivering because we are in town. It’s that simple. We make statements. We back it up damn well and-“

The door opens as Alexis Quinne turns and smiles. Christy Matthews walks into the room.

Quinne: “And we got our secret weapon here.”

Christy: “Well you’re in a tag team tournament. I seem like a good bit of help. And at the very least, we get to see what your competition is.”

Quinne: “Let’s go and kick ass!”

Grundy and El Rudo step past. Dante McCaffery walks past Christy as Quinne smiles.

Christy: “After you. You’re the one in action.”

Quinne nods and walks out with Christy following.

Sharper: “PUNK HAZARD faces the debuting Daughters of Darkness in our contendership tournament, later tonight!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIAL:

We cut to the backstage area where we see Lexy Chapel, once again dressed in her Sherlexy Holmes outfit, walking along with a giant magnifying glass and ‘investigating’ the walls. Behind her, looking somewhat awkward but now dressed up in a full outfit as ‘Dr Watson’, including fake moustache on her upper lip, is backstage interviewer Spirit Dansby. Lexy stops and holds her hand up.

Lexy: “A-ha, I believe we have our first break in the case, Watson.”

Spirit: “We do? Because all I see is—”

Lexy: “Yes, one of the victims of last week’s travesty. I believe she’s in here…”

The camera pans up to the door next to which Lexy is standing. The sign on the door reads ‘Room 21A’ but completely scratched out to now say ‘Kennedy Street’. The crowd cheers as Spirit looks a little worried.

Spirit: “Oh, I don’t think this is a good idea…”

Lexy: “Nonsense Watson, she may have vital information to help in our case!”

Lexy doesn’t even knock, pushing open the door and walking inside. Spirit nervously follows her in and pauses. The camera pans and the crowd roars as we find a half-dressed Kennedy Street looking irate, surrounded in a small locker room by other people’s bags and clothes hanging everywhere. She glares at the duo who are now sharing the room with her.

Kennedy: “What the hell is this? What are you doing here?”

Lexy: “Ah, yes, Ms Street. It’s a pleasure to meet you. My name is Sherlexy H—”

Kennedy: “I know who you are. What are you doing in here? Do you think this is funny? Have you come to mock me? And what the hell are you wearing?”

Lexy: “Oh, I assure you Ms Street, there is nothing comedic about this investigation. My associate Dr Watson and I are investigating a very troubling case, a strange case indeed, the Strange Case of the Apparent Stick Up Mr D’s Ass. I do believe that you, Ms Street, were one of his victims last week. Tell me, did you notice anything odd about his behaviour?”

Kennedy: “Is this supposed to be funny, honey?”

Kennedy just glares, not looking amused at all. She’s only half dressed and seems less than happy at the invasion of her privacy. Lexy continues looking around with her giant magnifying glass, eventually stopping as she holds the magnifying glass up in front of Kennedy’s chest and nods an impressed nod.

Lexy: “I must say, Ms Street, that you seem to have ample assets. One can certainly understand your popularity.”

The crowd roars. Sprit just turns away, almost afraid of what is going to happen, before Kennedy slaps the magnifying glass out of Lexy’s hand.

Kennedy: “Do you think you’re funny, honey?”

Lexy: “Hmm, that rhymes.”

Kennedy: “This is NOT funny. This is Sexy Flawless Diva Abuse. I mean, look at this room. How am I supposed to change in here, honey? They won’t even let Maximillion in here. I had to sneak Carlos inside a suitcase. Do you think he can protect your Sexy Flawless Diva?”

Carlos: “It’s ok, I can protect you Miss Keenie.”

Kennedy: “Yes, of course honey.”

Kennedy turns away and we see Carlos shadow boxing in the background, seemingly ready to protect her, before he slips and lands on his ass. Lexy leans down and picks up her magnifying glass, focusing on Carlos for a moment before turning to Spirit with a worried look on her face.

Lexy: “This is worse than I thought, Watson. It appears this man has shrunk! Could this be connected to the case?”

Spirit: “Actually, Lexy, I think that he’s just—”

Lexy: “Yes, very worrying indeed. But the main focus of the case must remain on the stick. Tell me, Ms Street, is this ‘Abuse’ of which you speak real? Is it an on-going thing? Do you believe that it could be at all connected to a possible stick that is lodged in the nether regions of Mr D, as many on social media have begun to believe?”

Kennedy: “Of course it’s real, honey! He’s out of control, honey. How dare he punish me like this? Doesn’t he know what he’s doing? I’m the reason that everyone tunes into this show. He’s going to drive the fans to walking out in protest because they don’t get to see enough of their Sexy, Flawless Diva, who should be in the main event, not in this tiny locker room with these smelly, awful clothes.”

Lexy: “Yes, yes, very good points. But alas I believe you’re right, perhaps I should be talking to someone who’s actually in the main event picture. Come Watson, perhaps we should track down Selena Frost…”

Kennedy just glares angrily.

Lexy: “Thank you for your time, Ms Street. And rest assured, Sherlexy Holmes will get to the bottom of this mystery.”

Spirit: “Thank you for your time, Kennedy.”

Kennedy: “Out! Get out of this room right now! Carlos!!”

Carlos struggles back to his feet and begins attempting to force Lexy out of the room, but Lexy just looks down at him curiously, using the magnifying glass to examine him again before Spirit grabs her arm and pulls her out of the room. We return to ringside where Sharper and Winters both shake their heads.

Winters: “Oh, she does not look pleased.”

Sharper: “Lexy Chapel not making friends tonight. Something tells me however that her investigations are far from over.”

We cut to the announce table to see Adam Sharper and Shawn Winters at the announce table.

Sharper: “As Lexy Chapel, and her Watson, Spirit Dansby…

Winters: “Doesn’t she have a job to do?’

Sharper: “I’m not sure. Regardless, part of the reason for Lexy’s investigation is that last week, Mr. D returned and in a big way. He also quickly put his imprint on Apocalypse. One of the matches he also signed dealt with the SCW World Tag Team Championship.”

Winters: “That’s right. Feeling that Chad Evans focused too much on teaching Money in the Bank a lesson instead of being fair to Adrenaline Rush at Rise to Greatness. Well Adrenaline Rush will get a true rematch at Apocalypse, but with a twist.”

Sharper: “That’s right. Adrenaline Rush nearly beat Winchester and Valentine last month on Breakdown for the Tag Team Championship. They’ll battle again with a stipulation, a new concept. While Autumn Valentine is booked to compete tonight, Gable Winchester joined Adrenaline Rush in Toronto earlier today to meet with Christina Matsui to see the new concept at the SCW warehouse.”

The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

EARLIER TODAY – TORONTO

We open up to see the camera following Gable Winchester as he walks over towards what appears to be one of the cargo entrances to the building. We see Craig Thomas and Tyler Tucker standing next to the door. Gable walks up to the door and points at it.

Gable: “You know if we go in?’

Craig shrugs.

Craig: “I figure that’s the point, but it’s locked at the moment.”

Tyler: “Y-yeah…Craig tried.”

Gable: “Well then I guess we’re waiting.”

Tyler then taps Craig on the shoulder. Craig nods to Gable. Gable turns.

Craig: “Looks like not for long. I don’t know what they have figured out for us.”

Tyler: “I-I’m a bit nervous to be honest.”

Gable: “You and me both, kid.”

Christina Matsui walks up to the three individuals. She extends her hand, shaking Craig’s hand, then Tyler’s and then Gable’s.

Christina: “Thank you for coming here and being on time. I hope you all enjoyed your flights.”

Gable nods.

Craig: “Worked for us.”

Christina: “Where’s Stacy?”

Craig: “Wanted to be in Omaha. I think she’s got something to say.”

Christina: “Alright. Sorry about Autumn not being able to make it.”

Gable: “It’s what happens. Surprised Chad was thinking that far out. It’s what it is.”

Christina: “As we were both. But anyways, allow me to let you inside. I’ve got the key to get in. I’ll need you to help me open this though.”

Christina walks over and unlocks a padlock on the door. She then pulls out the lock before starting to slide the door open. Gable walks over and starts to help slowly slide the door open. Christina then smiles before walking inside and along the door. Thomas, Tucker and Winchester walks inside. Christina then turns on a series of lights. Winchester just stops as we see a metallic X structure.

Tyler: “W-what is this? Is this?”

Winchester: “It’s a scaffolding…”

Christina: “Yes, yes it is.”

Christina walks over to the three before motioning them to walk under the structure. We then cut to a shot from the top of the warehouse, showing a top down view. Christina leads Adrenaline Rush and Gable Winchester under one of the walk ways and stops under the cross in the middle which has a larger, circular platform where the two walkways cross.

Christina: “See, this is going to be our new concept. Now, yes, you’re right, it is a scaffolding. But as you notice, the posts, all of them climbable. The scaffolding, different from that we’ve used for the Scaffold Scramble, as this one, as you can see, in the middle of the X, a larger platform.”

Thomas: “I have a bad feeling about this.”

Christina: “Because gentlemen, this structure will be erected around the ring at Apocalypse. And you win this match, not my throwing your opponent off, oh no. Instead, you must climb to the scaffold, however you can. And retrieve the SCW World Tag Team Championship which will be hanging over that central platform.”

Tucker just looks up at the structure as he stands from below. We go back to the shot on the ground.

Christina: “We give to you the Defy or Fly Match. It’s a match that can highlight teamwork, highlight your high flying offenses and also your strategic abilities, along with your resiliency. I’ll allow you to continue to inspect the structure.”

Christina turns and starts to walk away. Tucker continues to look up before walking over to one of the posts. Gable just looks at it before turning to Craig Thomas who stands next to him.

Gable: “Well I’ve been in scaffold matches. I’ve been in ladder matches. This…”

Thomas: “They want a show. They want us to leave it all in there.”

Gable: “We’re going to do just that. Good luck.”

Thomas: “Yeah, you too.”

Tucker shakes the structure a bit as Thomas and Winchester shake hands. We then cut to the wide shot again.

A few moments pass with the image on the screen before we pan out from a monitor backstage to show Autumn Valentine watching the monitor, the SCW World Tag Team Championship over her shoulder. Jessica Winters turns to her.

Jessica: “Autumn, you were unable to go to Toronto to see the unveiling in person, as later tonight you will face Bree Lancaster in singles action, but what are you first thoughts about this new stipulation that awaits you at Apocalypse when you and Gable defend your Tag Team Championship against Adrenaline Rush?”

Autumn turns to Jessica.

Autumn: “Now I know what Gable meant when he tweeted ‘Jesus Christ’ with a bunch of swears in the middle. I have to admit I’m nervous. I’ve been in some rough matches. I’ve been in some fights. But this…this is something where all of our careers could be shortened. In fact, one bad landing, it could be bad. But at the same time, it’s a huge opportunity for us all. What we’re all capable of in that ring. You’re going to see offense you could only have dreamed and it’s certainly going to ensure a proper winner, that’s for sure, especially with Money in the Bank gone…and if we can get Lexi out of Adrenaline Rush’s way.”

Autumn pauses again.

Autumn: “But I know this…with the Tag Team Division kicking up. We’ll see some new teams getting a chance. Adrenaline Rush gets the shot they deserve and Winchester and I…we’re going to see what we can do in that setting and what we can do to not just make it member, but get everyone’s attention now…”

Autumn looks at the monitor which continues to show the structure in Toronto.

Jessica: “Thank you for your comments. Good luck later.”

Autumn: “Thanks.”

Winters: “That is going to be one hell of a match and one that she’s right. IT’s going to hurt, but all to become the best team in SCW.”

Sharper: “Adrenaline Rush will need all of the adrenaline. Winchester and Valentine will need to rise to another challenge. Defy or Fly comes to you for the Tag team Championship at Apocalypse.”

“Immortals” then starts to play as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a shot of PUNK HAZARD before showing a shot of Daughters of Darkness. The crowd roars seeing them before we see both.

Sharper: “But next, we’re going to see the debut of the Daughters of Darkness as we begin our four team tournament to determine which two teams will face each other at Apocalypse to be crowned the Number One Contendership to the SCW World Tag Team Championship.”

Winters: “Daughters of Darkness, we saw them earlier. They’ve come in with a lot of fanfare. PUNK HAZARD reminded us last week that you don’t piss them off and you don’t count them out. But only one team can move on.”

Sharper: “We’ll find out next!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIAL:

We open up backstage in the SCW interview area and we see the Black Fox standing by, microphone in his hand. The crowd roars.

Black Fox: “So…uh…what am I supposed to do?”

Off-camera voice: “Just introduce Casey and get out of her way.”

Black Fox: “Oh…okay….uh….I am the Black Fox, the knight who lurks in the shadows representing true justice and fill-in backstage interviewer here on Breakdown. Please welcome Casey Holliday.”

We then hear the sound of someone smacking their forehead as Casey Holliday comes into view. She looks around and turns to Black Fox who just extends his arm, handing her the microphone before he steps off camera, leaving Casey alone.

Casey: “Are we serious? I just got someone looking like a rent-a-cop version of Batman when I have something serious to say?”

Off-camera voice: “Look, Spirit is off playing Watson-“

Casey: “I don’t care-“

Casey pauses for a moment, taking a breath.

Casey: “Whatever. I’m not going to get pissed at this when I have plenty more to get pissed off like TJ Johnson, Gigi Steward and Katie Steward getting involved!”

Casey pauses for a moment, turning to the camera.

Casey: “See this is what happens when petty people who think they’re the best in the world run around and get a dose of reality. Then then have to come out to the ring and ruin MY night. Yeah, I get it, I poked the bear. I ran down and helped Sienna Swann win the title by getting the Four Horsewomen out of there, but let’s face it. Katie…if you’re as awesome as you think, you wouldn’t have needed them. But then you had to ruin my first time back home, back home with SCW. A moment I’ll never get again and you had to take it from me because THAT is how pathetic you are.”

Casey pauses for a moment.

Casey: “Well I’m going to make this clear. I’m not waiting. I’m not going to be nice about it. I want YOU at Apocalypse. I’ve been in this company since the start of the year. I may be a rookie and yeah, on pay per view, my record may not be the best, but since you took one big first time event from me, I’ll make sure I get revenge by getting another first from you and that’s my first win at Apocalypse, on pay per view and get MY revenge in the process.”

Casey then looks right in the camera before backing off and walking off. The crowd cheers as we cut away.

PUNK HAZARD (Alexis Quinne & Dante McCaffery) vs. Daughters of Darkness (Sloan Sawyer & Diana Weston)

Number One Contendership Tournament

The opening to "Wrap 1.9(The Princess Sisters Remix)" blares over the P.A. system. This draws instant boos from the crowd while the lights start flashing green, silver and black with green lazer lights mixing in. Once the song kicks into gear, Alexis Quinne trots out to the ramp to boos. She's sporting a custom made black and green PUNK HAZARD leather Varsity Jacket. Alexis is later joined by the big man Grundy, who has the PUNK HAZARD flag in his hands and El Rudo, armed with a very elaborate green and black PUNK HAZARD banner along with his trusty salt bucket and a black, green and silver PUNK HAZARD jacket with the PUNK HAZARD logo on the back with an outline of his mask underneath and a Skull mouth scarf around his mouth. Dante McCaffrey also walks out, donning an all black jacket with custom made patches and on the back, the PUNK HAZARD logo underneath a DmC logo in gold. Grundy doesn't react as the three soon walk down the ramp.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one-fall, has a twenty minute time limit, and is your first match in the Tag Team Championship Contendership Tournament where the winners will face the winners of the other tournament contest at Apocalypse for an SCW World Tag Team Championship shot. First, on their way to the ring, accompanied by El Rudo and Grundy, they come in at a combined weight of three hundred fifteen pounds, they are PUNK HAZARD, Alexis Quinne and Dante McCaffery!”

Alexis, El Rudo, Dante and Grundy walk down the aisle as Alexis makes mocking faces to the audience while El Rudo is seen pointing to the PUNK HAZARD logo on his jacket. When Alexis walks towards the camera, she makes a gun gesture towards the lenses and also flashes the PUNK HAZARD logo. Alexis looks around at the crowd and soon she slowly slides into the ring. El Rudo places his salt bucket on the apron before following suit and also slides into the ring as Grundy kicks at a nearby cameraman. Dante looks generally annoyed by the crowd as he walks up the steel steps and enters the ring. Once Grundy enters the ring, El Rudo extends the PUNK HAZARD banner in full, showcasing it to the audience. Grundy, meanwhile, holds the PUNK HAZARD flag in the air, waving it every now and then. Alexis quickly ascends the top turnbuckle and continues to mock the fans, drawing boos while Dante looks around at the crowd. When Alexis jumps off the turnbuckle, the lighting and lazer show stops and all four members of PUNK HAZARD stand in the middle of the ring while the music slowly fades.

Sharper: “Alexis Quinne and PUNK HAZARD showed that they were going to get the last laugh against Donovan Kayl last week. Christy Matthews also seems to have hitched her wagon to PUNK HAZARD.”

Winters: “Smart move. Strength in numbers. But with Chad gone, there’s one issue gone for her and plus, Christy is a hell of a tag team wrestler. Clearly some help there for PUNK HAZARD.”

Sharper: “You’re right about that. Christy Matthews part of Order of Chaos. Only one tag team loss in SCW.”

The arena goes dark, "Crowd Control" by Sumo Cyco then begins to blast through the arena, causing the fans to explode into roars screamed from the rafters. White strobe lights flash across the stage rapidly, as the silhouettes of the Daughters of Darkness can be seen coming out from behind the curtain. Standing on the stage, the two remain nothing more than shadows against the bright lights behind them. With an explosion of pink and purple pyro, the lights in the arena turn on, showing Sloan Sawyer and Diana Weston standing at the top of the ramp. Confident grins on their faces as they look out towards the seemingly cheering crowd and they only seem more amused. Sloan elbows Diana lightly in the side and yells "Listen to that love, Di!", while Diana has already taken her first few steps down the ramp. We cut to Phillips who has a cue card in his hand.

Phillips: “Introducing their opponents, representing the magical city of Miami, Florida, weighing in at a combined weight of 301 pounds, the team of The Glitter Gladiator, The Saint of Sinners, The Herald of Heat, and The Princess of Perf; Sloan Sawyer! Her partner, The Madam of Mayhem, The Sadistic Saint, The Volatile Vixen, and The Princess of Progression; Diana Weston! Together, they are the duo known as The Sinister Sisters, The Mistresses of Mischief. Ladies and gentlemen, the often imitated but never duplicated... Daughters of Darkness!”

As they make their way down, they march straight past the fans along the ramp. The duo reach the end of the ramp and both sprint and slide in under the bottom rope. Heading towards the turnbuckles, the duo jump up look out at the crowd. Sloan calls for them to get louder as Diana just scans them with her eyes. They jump back down to the canvas together. Walking towards the center of the ring, the duo stop and Sloan smirks at Diana, giving her a wink. Diana forms an X with her arms, while Sloan makes an O with hers, and pink and purple pyro goes off from each corner. Grinning, the duo make their way towards their corner, awaiting the start of the match.

Sharper: “This crowd with a positive response for the newest acquisition to SCW. The Daughters of Darkness, a team that many wrestling fans know for their dominance in other promotions.”

Winters: “Well that’s all well and good, they’re in SCW. A new level. But damn, a way for them to come in, make a statement by taking on some of the best. They look ready.”

Sharper: “We’ve seen them tonight. PUNK HAZARD also ready. Both hungry and both, a win means a lot. A huge debut for DoD or a big bounce back for PUNK HAZARD.”

The bell sounds as Dante McCaffery starts in the ring for PUNK HAZARD. Sloan Sawyer starts for DoD. The crowd roars. Dante watches Sloan as Sloan hops up and down. She then watches as Dante walks out along the ropes briefly before turning and lunging at Sloan. Sloan ducks down and Dante stops and turns and Sloan grabs his arm and wrenches it. Dante reaches up and Sloan jerks on it before lifting it up. She spins underneath and presses down on the back of Dante’s leg with her foot. She then kicks him in the chest. Dante falls back and Sloan holds onto the arm. She turns back and tags in Diana. Diana enters and Sloan holds the arm before Diana kicks him in the side of the arm. Dante winces and Diana holds on and then hits a spinning arm wrench slam, driving Dante’s arm into the mat. Dante rolls over and moves to the ropes, holding his arm and squeezing his fist in and out as Diana leans back against the ropes. The crowd roars a bit.

Sharper: “And Dante McCaffery, the largest competitor in this match, quickly finding out that size does not matter here. Diana and Sloan are ready to compete.”

Winters: “And that arm already hurting and they didn’t waste anytime!”

Dante gets up and looks at Diana as she shrugs. Dante gets up and goes for a grapple. The two lock up in a collar and elbow tie up. Dante then quickly goes for a knee. He then turns and goes for a hip throw across the ring, but Diana turns and lands on her feet and kicks Dante in the ribs. She then drops down with a drop toe hold before reaching over and tagging in Sloan. Sloan slingshots herself in and runs over and hits a big elbow drop to the back of Dante’s head. Diana lets go and Sloan rolls Dante over.

Dante kicks out. He turns and Sloan gets up and grabs him. She starts to lift him up and Dante nails her in the ribs. Sloan winces and Dante rakes the eyes. Sloan turns back as Diana looks on. Dante grabs her by the hair and pulls her into a side headlock before dropping her face first into his knee. The crowd ohs. Dante throws her down. Dante then shakes out his arm again before walking over and placing his boot on the face of Sloan and raking her face with it. Sloan rolls over as Alexis demands the tag. Dante walks over and tags her in.

Sharper: “Alexis Quinne tagged in. Dante thought about staying in there, but then thought better of it.”

Winters: “To get Dante a bit pissed off, that’s something. And now Quinne has a chance to close the gap and do some damage.”

Alexis enters and Sloan starts to get up and in the corner. Alexis runs over and nails her with a hard forearm right and then another before hitting a forearm left. She grabs Sloan and pulls her out and snaps her over with a Japanese arm drag. Sloan rolls over and gets up and Alexis hits a dropkick. She then runs over and goes for a forearm on Diana. Diana however blocks it and shoves her back. Quinne points at her and the referee just looks at her before Quinne just puts her hands up. Sloan gets up and grabs Quinne and wrenches the arm, but Quinne flips through and onto her back before booting Sloan in the face. Sloan falls back to the ropes. Quinne gets up and Diana spins around the ringpost to reach for a tag. Alexis runs over and jumps up and knees Sloan in the back as she starts to turn. Quinne falls back as Sloan falls back. She then goes for the pin.

Sloan kicks out as Diana started to enter. Alexis gets up and grabs Sloan.

Sharper: “Alexis doing everything she can to blow off steam while doing damage.”

Winters: “I’m more impressed than Diana didn’t start to tie her in knots. Patient like a saint there.”

Sharper: “Sloan can’t afford to be patient as Quinne drops her here.”

Quinne hits a snap suplex. She then gets up and runs into the ropes. She bounces off and hits a running leg drop. She turns and goes for the pin.

Sloan kicks out. Quinne gets up and shakes her head before walking over to the corner. She leans back, looking at Diana as Sloan starts to get up. Sloan gets up and Quinne runs out at her, but Sloan suddenly scoops her up and hits a big backbreaker. Quinne winces and holds her back. She then starts to get up and turns to Sloan who hoists her up and hits the Perf-plosion. The crowd roars. Sloan then gets up and turns to the head of Quinne before making an X and an O over Quinne. She then runs into the ropes. She bounces off, hops over Quinne, bounces off the other side. Dante tries to grab her. Diana throws her elbow pad to Sloan who catches it, throws it back and jumps up and hits Di-Di’s Wild Ride. The crowd roars. Quinne rolls over, and Sloan rolls her back for the pin.

Quinne kicks out and Dante grabs Sloan and turns and runs her over into the neutral corner, shoulder first. The crowd ohs and boos. Diana goes to enter, but the referee gets Dante back. Diana meanwhile grabs Sloan and drags her over quickly as Rudo points it out. Diana lets go and exits the ring, just as the official turns around.

Sharper: “Dante just coming in and making sure Alexis gets a breath. Right into the ringpost. But then Diana Weston with the smart move, moving her partner over.”

Winters: “One’s skilled at taking advantage, the other is a highly skilled tag wrestler. And both are showing that tonight.”

Diana reaches out as Alexis turns and starts to crawl over towards Dante. The crowd roars as Quinne gets there a bit faster. Sloan holds her shoulder and slowly rolls over before reaching out. She tags in Diana. Alexis tags in Dante. Dante enters as does Diana. Dante runs at her. Diana ducks and runs over and knees Alexis in the back. She falls through the ropes and Grundy holds her up, keeping her on the apron. The referee snaps at Grundy who backs away as Quinne holds onto the ropes. Diana turns around and goes for a running spinning backhand, but Dante ducks and grabs her before hitting a Russian leg sweep. He rolls through and gets up and hits an elbow drop before another and another. Diana winces. Dante grabs her and drags her up before running her over to one of the neutral corners and drives her face first into the top turnbuckle. Diana turns and Dante leans in and starts to choke her.

He steps back and throws her down. Diana starts to get up and Dante waits. She gets up and Dante grabs her from behind, but Diana hits the Spirit of Sloan, minus her partner’s kneepad. Dante pops up and Diana looks at her and spins out and hits the Defamer. The crowd ohs and Dante hits the mat. Diana turns and Alexis pushes up and reaches over before pulling her back and hitting a guillotine drop. The crowd boos as Diana stumbles back and falls to her hands and knees.

Sharper: “Quinne jumping up and doing all she could to grab Diana and hang her up.”

Winters: “And both are down again. A hell of a back and forth between two teams working well, but is it going to be the tag or who hits who first that’s more important?”

Diana slowly starts to stirs as Dante does as well. We cut away to show the two attractive women that Memphis Cade flirted with being helped out of their seats by a SCW crew member. The crowd boos a bit. Meanwhile, back in the ring, we see Dante as he grabs Diana, kicks her in the ribs and hits a DDT. The crowd ohs. He goes for the pin.

Sloan breaks it up. Alexis enters the ring and Sloan gets up and Alexis nails her in the ribs before then nailing her with a forearm shot. Alexis nails her again. Sloan falls to the ropes. The referee counts to get them out, but Dante gets up and joins Alexis. They both whip Sloan across the ring. She bounces off and Dante launches her up and right into a Alexis Quinne dropkick. The crowd ohs. Sloan rolls over and towards the ropes. Dante stomps at her as Quinne is forced out of the ring by the official. Dante turns around, but Diana Weston grabs his arm and pulls him back before placing her boot on his face, falling back and hitting the Pretty Poison. The crowd ohs. Dante stirs as Quinne slowly starts to get in. Sloan grabs at the ropes. Diana turns to go for the pin. Quinne runs over and Diana suddenly lifts her up and lifts Quinne up. Quinne lands on her feet by Sloan, but Sloan grabs her with a side headlock and pulls her through the ropes to the floor. The crowd roars. Diana goes for the pin.

Dante manages to barely roll his shoulder up, thanks to the delay in the pin. Diana however then spins around as Dante staggers to his feet and Diana nails Dante with another Defamer. Dante just drops to the mat. Diana turns and goes to roll him over, but the referee moves her back. Sloan slowly gets up on the floor as Quinne turns and grabs her as they both get up and throws Sloan into the announce table. Sloan falls over.

Sharper: “Quinne sends Sloan in front of us.”

Winters: “But that elbow just cracked Dante! Quinne needs to get in there!”

Sharper: “Dante is out! The referee checking him.”

Quinne turns back and rolls into the ring. Diana tries to go for the pin again, but the referee keeps her back. Dante just remains down as the referee checks on him. Diana then turns around and Quinne runs over and jumps up and hits a variation of the Ditzy Tour. Diana rolls over and rolls to the ropes. Just then, the referee gets up and calls for the bell. The bell sounds. Quinne turns and looks at the official. She just snaps. Christy even looks surprised. The referee turns to Phillips as Sloan looks around.

Phillips: “The referee has stopped this contest, naming the winner, via knockout, Sloan Sawyer and Diana Weston, the Daughters of Darkness!”

The crowd roars as Sloan jumps up and celebrates. Quinne just turns and goes to the official. Christy rolls into the ring. Quinne snaps at the official as he returns to Dante to check on him. Christy walks in to pull Quinne back. Rudo and Grundy do as well. Sloan runs over and pulls Diana out before jumping up and down and holding her arm.

Sharper: “Quinne is not happy at all. Dante McCaffery is down. He’s clearly out. The referee  making the right call, but Quinne figures she could’ve won.”

Winters: “And that’s the thing. These guys all take a lot of punishment, but the moment you cannot defend yourself in any way, that’s when they have to step in. It’s a big change for the better. And these two teams, back and forth, both wanting, but that elbow.”

Sharper: “The Defamer getting a casualty in their first match. Daughters of Darkness come as advertised, but PUNK HAZARD doesn’t look happy to leave that as the final word.”

Diana and Sloan continue to leave the ring, Sloan raising her friend’s hand. Christy Matthews continues to calm Quinne down as we cut away.

Breakdown cuts back to the security checkpoint as we see Merrick Wiseman and Vixen Cain walking into the building. The crowd boos seeing them. Cain has the US Championship over his shoulder as Merrick Wiseman has a metal luggage piece behind him. Cain and Wiseman takes a few more steps before we see Justin Davis walking past and just scoffing before walking off. Wiseman and Cain just glare as they start to continue to walk forward.

Sharper: “Vixen Cain and Merrick Wiseman are here.”

Winters: “And you can feel the frosty reception they’re getting.”

Sharper: “Pariahs in the locker room….Breakdown continues after this!”

The scene fades to black.

We cut backstage to see Lexi von Aaron standing in the backstage area. Security has her as they start to try and drag her away from the backstage area.

Lexi: “What are you doing? Get your hands off of me! I know we’re in Omaha, but you don’t have to be rough with a girl! I should be here!”

Security: “Well, we didn’t have you check in, so we have to assume you’re trespassing.”

Lexi: “What the hell?! I’m not trespassing at all! If I was, you’d know! Totally! I’d also be wearing black! Duh!”

Mr. D: “What the hell is going on here?”

The guards stop with Lexi von Aaron.

Lexi: “Oh good. He’s here. With his horrible anti-Money in the Bank thing!”

Mr. D: “What’s going on?”

One of the guards responds.

Security Guard: “We found her walking around backstage. She doesn’t have a locker room. We don’t have her signed in-“

Mr. D: “Well sadly she is allowed to be here. She is under contract.”

Lexi: “Told you! Get off!”

Lexi gets free and steps forward.

Security: “Sorry miss.”

Lexi: “I’ll so sue you two. I may have some injury-“

Mr. D: “Lexi…relax.”

Lexi: “Fine. I’ll make this all go away if you give Money in the Bank another shot at the World Tag Team Championship.”

Mr. D: “Lexi, you realized Chanel and Lenore are not in SCW anymore.”

Lexi stops and looks confused.

Lexi: “You fired them?! You heartless bastard! That’s why I’m here-“

Mr. D: “Lexi!”

Lexi stops.

Mr. D: “They left. They asked to be released. They are no longer in SCW. That’s why we assume you were gone last week too. But for some reason, you’re still here and I’m still paying you.”

Lexi: “Well duh. So…well you now have a disgruntled employee!”

Mr. D: “Great! I have two solutions – I don’t care or you can get released too!”

Lexi: “Hey! I am a pivotal part of this company. I’m a former number one contender to the SCW World Tag Team Champ-“

Just then, Lexi is nailed from behind, knocked down, before Stacy Kissinger runs up on top of her and nails her with a series of forearm shots to the back of the head. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Lexi von Aaron attacked by Stacy Kissinger. That’s why Stacy wanted to come to Omaha! To get her hands on Lexi!”

Winters: “Jesus! Stacy just totally pissed off and teeing off. Get her off!”

Mr. D and the security guards head over and work on getting Kissinger off of Lexi. Lexi covers up as Kissinger is pulled up and staggers back. The crowd boos as Mr. D steps between Lexi and Stacy. Lexi slowly gets up, holding her back of her head.

Stacy: “Ya wanna get involved with Adrenaline Rush…be careful what that means for ya!”

Mr. D: “Get her out of here.”

Lexi holds her head and winces as Stacy is backed away by the guards and we cut away.

"Could Have Been Me" by The Struts echoes from the louder speaker. The lights go out. When the lights come back on Blake appears on the stage with his back turned to the ring; the black hoodie he's wearing standing out to us. Bree Lancaster stands with him. The two look around as they turn around. They take a moment to soak in the reaction from the audience. He methodically walks down to the ring, hand in hand with Bree. They head down to the ring and Blake holds her hand as she walks up the steel steps. Blake then hops onto the apron and holds the ropes open for Bree. Bree enters. Blake follows and he walks around the ring. He goes over to the far side and is handed a microphone before turning back and going to the middle of the ring.

Sharper: “Blake Mason coming out here with Bree Lancaster. Lancaster will be in action later tonight against Autumn Valentine. But as for Blake, Blake taking a page out of Kelcey Wallace’s book and making an open challenge for Apocalypse.”

Winters: “Well, why be creative, when you can just put yourself out there? The problem is that while Blake Mason is good, he can’t afford to look bad right now. He needs to get his feet under him and make waves as many of us feel he should be able to do.”

Blake Mason returns to the middle of the ring and looks around as the crowd gives a bit of a mixed reaction. Bree looks around a bit confused.

Blake: “Seems like I’m not the most well liked here in Omaha. I don’t know what I did to deserve that, but so be it…”

The crowd again, gives a mixed reaction.

Blake: “See, I’m not out here for all of you, even though what may result, you all could be very happy with. I’m out here because last month, I took the bull by the horns and challenged Shaun Cruze to a match at Rise to Greatness. While we did have our classic, I, yet again, came out on the wrong end of the match. And now, looking at Apocalypse, with little time, I saw what Kelcey Wallace did and I saw the competition she was able to get and so, I figured, why the hell not? Let’s see who may want a shot at the Blake Mason Experience! And so on Twitter, for all of my faithful followers, I made an open challenge. I called anyone out in the back that wants a match at Apocalypse. All they have to do is come out now.”

The crowd buzzes a bit. A few moments pass as Blake Mason continues to wait in the middle of the ring. Just then “Judgment Day” by Damnation Plan plays throughout the arena. Blake just nods and steps back a bit as not David Miller, but Luther West walks out from the back. He just smiles as he points at Blake before starting to walk down the ring.

Sharper: “What in the world?”

Winters: “It’s that Luther West guy. And he’s now coming out to Miller’s music!”

Sharper: “Well, I don’t know how wise that is, but then again, David Miller is likely more concerned about James Evans who he’ll face later tonight in our main event.”

Winters: “Syren invited to watch at ringside.”

Luther West heads down to the ring and runs up the steel steps. Blake Mason turns to Bree as she then shakes her head. West enters the ring, extends his arms before pointing to the microphone Blake had and asking if he could borrow it. Blake Mason looks at it, and shrugs. He then hands it to him.

Winters: “Don’t do that! Don’t let this idiot talk!”

West: “Blake…thank you for the microphone. And as for your open challenge, well do I have the challenger for you. That’s right, the man of the hour, the man who WILL be World Champion when he demands it, the future of the business. The man who has all of the skills, David Miller!”

The crowd roars a bit. Blake just nods and looks at him.

West: “And with a shake of my hand, I’ll sign my client to the dotted line. David Miller, Blake Mason, Apocalypse. We do it and sorry, Blake, I know you want to get ahead, but David Miller, he’s a fighter and as he’ll show tonight against the World Champion, he’ll kick ass, take names, take those names to the bank and set up retirement funds for them all because he’s that kind of guy. But just for you, we’ll take retirement off the table. Whaddaya say?!”

Mason looks at West as West then extends the microphone back at him. Blake takes it and turns to Bree.

Blake: “Well I don’t know if you actually stand for Miller, but if you do, and to anyone in the back listening, if this is official, let’s do it…but it won’t be a walk in the park for Miller and Miller’s going to have to figure out how to bounce back from this one.”

Blake and West shake hands. West steps back and pumps his fist in happiness. He turns and hops out of the ring and drops down to the floor before pumping his fists and jogging around the ring to the rampway and heading to the back. Blake Mason watches him leave as his music plays. He turns to Bree and Bree just shrugs. Blake just shakes his head.

Sharper: “It seems in some way, Blake Mason has agreed to face David Miller at Apocalypse.”

Winters: “Now does David Miller know?”

Sharper: “I don’t know. I’m sure we’ll find out. But yeah…Newsworthy night so far here tonight and it’s only going to continue to get bigger.”

We open up backstage to see Miguel, manager of El Grande Burritos!

Miguel: “Silence Pig Dogs! The greatest-“

Miguel is suddenly nailed by a right hand from Regan Street, who promptly spins him around and throws him face first into the wall behind him and he falls to the ground.

Regan: “Are you effin’ serious? He’s my interviewer….whatever.”

Regan shakes her head and turns to the camera.

Regan: “D…give me Wiseman and give me his ass now. He gives Amy a title shot because he doesn’t feel like finding his balls that morning. Screw that. I’ll kick his ass and send him packing. Just do it!!”

Regan then looks at the camera before storming off. The crowd roars.

“Immortals” plays as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a shot of Sienna Swann and then a shot of Kelcey Wallace before showing both.

Sharper: “And when we return, Kelcey Wallace faces off against Sienna Swann in singles action. It’s next!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIAL:

We open up backstage to see David Miller standing next to Jessica Winters backstage. He just looks around as Jessica Winters turns to him.

Jessica: “I am here with David Miller and later tonight, you’ll be facing off against James Evans in our main event. He’s invited Syren to ringside to watch the match, claiming it will show just how dangerous he is. Meanwhile, for you, you’ve also got this Luther West individual who came out-“

Miller: “Just stop there.”

Miller cuts off Jessica.

Miller: “About Luther West, I don’t know who this idiot is and I don’t care what he wants to do, what he’s saying, how he’s hyping me up or what he’s agreeing me to. I don’t need any of that. And if Luther West wants to make his career one of the shortest in SCW history, he can come out to the ring and start his little intro and I’ll show how dangerous I am….as for James, I prefer to let my talking happen in the ring. He wants to use me for a statement, well all the power to him, because he knows what tonight will be. It will be a fight and I will do what I can to take our World Champion and dump him on his head and remind him that he may be dangerous…but he doesn’t hold a candle to me!”

Miller then punches the palm of his hand before walking off. The crowd roars as we then cut away.

Kelcey Wallace vs. Sienna Swann

We hear Kelcey Wallace’s voice as we open up in the arena as the cameras pan around.

“Perfection doesn’t mean executing the Perfect action in a Perfect World but the appropriate actions in an Imperfect one. You have never truly believed in a notion that so many deemed it just simply doesn’t exist. As you continue struggling in your life wondering what failure comes next all I ask that you do is look upon me, the woman that has always claimed her Perfection. It is not a myth, it is a way of life, for you the cries of reality echo through the halls of this company….

But the truth knows your limitations, I have known for you see, while you were born to be real?

I was born to be Perfect.”

The lights in the arena go out. Suddenly a lone spotlight is in the entrance way as a man wearing all grey suit with a white shirt walks out and looks out into the crowd with a microphone in hand. He is "The Perfect Mind" Shawn Mason.

Shawn: “Ladies and Gentlemen, MONARCHY presents to you The Reflection of Perfection…..From Newport, South Wales, weighing 8 ½ Stones……”THE PERFECT “10”….KELCEY WALLACE!

The Tron begins to play showing different marble statues of all the fallen wrestlers that Kelcey has beaten in her career in the SCW in their lifelike traditional pose, many that are recognizable like Thirteen, Shilo Valiant, Katie Steward, Ravyn Taylor and so many others. The video continues to play as four mirrors are then held up by men dressed in armor with their faces covered in full gear, the life size mirrors are stationed right by the entrance.

The trumpets sound as the chorus for “Exodus” by Ernest Gold & Henry Mancini begins to as the crowd boos loudly. Kelcey Wallace rises from the floor standing on a stone pillar covered in a gorgeous white and gold cape with a hood, looking down and on one knee until the pillar completely rises to the top that is where she stands up and lifts her head.

Spreading her arms and unhooding herself revealing her perfect face with makeup and her hair slicked back in a ponytail, the camera flashes light up the arena when she then then drops her cape showing off her Perfect physique in new white and gold trim vinyl short tights with the cut off top and only her right arm sleeved, knee pads and boots with shin guards and “Perfection” written on her buttocks. She poses for a few moments while the crowd boos, slowly she steps off the pillar with the help of Shawn Mason and stands in front of the four mirrors admiring her Perfection.

After a few moments she is then lead to the ring by Shawn Mason as the Reflection of Perfection slowly walks down to the ring looking at the fans and then focusing back to the ring. Shawn gets on the apron and holds the ropes open for her as Kelcey steps in then holds them open for Shawn as he follows.

Kelcey climbs the turnbuckles and raises her arms as fireworks rain down from the rafters like a curtain of lights. Shawn claps and watches on; she looks on in disgust and again poses for the fans and the arena whole the camera flashes are blinding. Shawn claps the entire time until she drops down. Shawn and her talk a second and he leaves to go outside to her corner as Kelcey lifts her knee pads up over her knees and stretches in the ring.

Sometimes turning around as Shawn talks strategy prepping Kelcey for the match.

Sharper: “Kelcey Wallace getting everyone’s attention as she is known to do. This is going to be an interesting match if only for the lengthy history between the two, but this is the first time they’ve really had an opportunity to face each other properly.”

Winters: “And it’s going to look damn good, maybe perfect. But Kelcey Wallace is ready and you know after her comments earlier. Selena Frost will be watching. Sienna, her best friend.”

The arena goes dark. Suddenly one lone spotlight shines in entrance where smoke begins to come out and surround the stage. “Style" by Taylor Swift begins to play throughout the arena, the Tron plays the Video of her various photo-shoots, training, fighting and walking through nightclubs with men gawking over her. Then Sienna Swann walks out with her head down as the crowd roars at the beauty.

Phillips: “And her opponent, from Johannesburg, South Africa, she is the SCW Women’s Champion, Sienna Swann!”

The SCW Women’s Championship sits around her waist. Sienna then extends her arms and reveals the large angel wings that are part of her hooded entrance robe; she looks around at the crowd and smirks making her way to the ring. She climbs up the stairs and climbs up to the top rope, she moon saults into the ring and poses with her wings spread wide. She looks up to the rafters as a gold spotlight like the light of heaven shines down on her as gold glitter begins to rain down on the entire arena. Sienna smirks waiting for the start of the match posing and showing off her assets to the crowd as they continue to cheer.

Sharper: “The Angelic One herself, Sienna Swann, the Women’s Champion, coming down to the ring. It’s interesting as last time these two women had their lives truly intertwined, the crowd response was the opposite for both. But they have clashed before, most notably earlier this year in the Trios Tournament.”

Winters: “But now, Sienna Swann can make a big statement here. Kelcey the same. But just like Chris Cannon got some good scouting on Selena for Kelcey, Sienna better be doing the same for Selena.”

Sienna looks at Kelcey as Kelcey walks out of her corner. The bell sounds. Sienna walks out and Kelcey smirks watching her. Sienna and her then bring their arms up and lunges, locking up in an collar and elbow tie-up. Kelcey quickly turns and moves into a side headlock. She pulls back. Sienna reaches around and Kelcey then grabs her arm and turns into a hammerlock. She then moves back into a side headlock and takes Sienna down. Kelcey rolls away as Sienna looks up. She slowly gets up. Kelcey mockingly tells her to get back up.

Sharper: “And early, Kelcey quickly just toying with Sienna.”

Winters: “Wallace is the much stronger wrestler of the two. Just stay away from that knee.”

Sienna gets back up, clearly annoyed and Kelcey and her grapple again. Kelcey then pushes back. Sienna tries to turn, but Kelcey spins through and pushes Sienna to the ropes. Kelcey then turns and wrenches the arm. Sienna tries to hook the ropes with her foot, but Kelcey jerks her out. The referee calls for the break, but Kelcey jerks Sienna back again, causing her to lose her footing with her foot on the bottom rope. Kelcey lets go and Sienna hits the mat. She starts to get up and Kelcey quickly grabs her arm and goes for a La Magistral cradle.

Sienna rolls over. Kelcey holds on as the crowd boos.

Sharper: “And so far, Kelcey is just keeping Sienna down-“

Winters: “You can say it. She’s wrestling this match perfectly.”

Sharper: “Well so far…that may be apt.”

Kelcey gets up, dragging Sienna up. Sienna forearms Kelcey and Kelcey turns and rakes Sienna’s eyes. Sienna staggers back and Kelcey grabs her and wrenches the arm before turning and lifting the arm up before then dropping down into a drop toe hold. Sienna goes face first into the mat. She then rolls over and grabs the arm of Sienna. She pulls her up and then rolls over her and into an Oklahoma roll.

She then hoists her up for a vertical suplex, but Sienna knees her in the face. Kelcey stumbles back. Sienna then runs out and hits a flying headscissors. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Sienna with the knee and then the headscissors! Kelcey Wallace finding out that Sienna has a lot of fight left.”

Winters: “Not going to be the walk in the park that she thought it would be. And I said it, watch the knee!”

Kelcey gets up and turns and Sienna hits a kick to the left thigh and then a kick to the right thigh and then hits a forearm and a kick to the ribs before hitting a spinning back kick to the ribs. The crowd cheers. Sienna runs into the ropes. She bounces off and Sienna goes for a running boot. Kelcey moves out of the way. She winces and turns and Sienna hits a jumping enziguri kick. She goes for a side headlock and runs over to the ropes, but Kelcey counters by lifting her up and over, preventing the springboard bulldog. Sienna steps back. Kelcey turns around and Sienna jumps up and hits a frankensteiner. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “And Sienna again, leaving her feet, this time for the frankensteiner, snapping Kelcey off. That perfection quickly getting evaporated in this one.”

Winters: “Sienna just clicking here. Kelcey doesn’t have an answer, at least yet. Shawn Mason is losing it on the floor.”

Sienna gets up and hits a jumping senton backsplash. She goes for the pin.

Sienna kicks out. Kelcey sits up and turns and pushes Sienna back down. She jumps up and hits a leg drop before getting up and hitting another leg drop. She then gets up and runs into the ropes. She jumps to the middle rope and twists back, going for a variation of the Perfect Flight. Sienna rolls out of the way. The crowd roars. Kelcey winces and Sienna runs over and hits a running bulldog.

Sharper: “Sienna plants Kelcey again. She’s going to the top rope again too.”

Winters: “Worked before. Sienna has found an answer and it’s to keep moving and striking. Kelcey wanted to wrestle, Sienna realized that was going to suck for her!”

Sienna turns and goes to the corner and pulls herself up to the middle rope. She then pushes herself up to the top rope. Kelcey suddenly gets up and runs over and grabs Sienna by the leg and pulls her off. Sienna lands hard, onto her back, into the ring. She rolls over and slowly gets up. Shawn applauds before Kelcey waits for Sienna to turn around and blasts her with the Perfect Ending. The crowd ohs. Sienna just drops. Kelcey then steps over and kneels down on her shoulders.

The crowd boos. Kelcey steps off.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Kelcey Wallace!”

She then gets up and smiles. She then looks at Sienna. She then smirks before shoving her back with her foot. Shawn smiles and applauds as Kelcey then pushes Sienna back again before the crowd roars. Selena Frost then runs out from the back.

Sharper: “Kelcey Wallace wins here, but she was going to humiliate Sienna by dumping her out of the ring.”

Winters: “Selena Frost watching and she’s not happy with it. Here she comes.”

Mason yells out to Kelcey. Kelcey turns and rolls out of the ring. Selena slides in. She gets up and turns and watches Kelcey. She briefly turns back and checks on Sienna as Sienna winces and moves to the corner. Selena then turns around and watches Kelcey as she hops onto the apron. Kelcey dives back down and backs away. She just smiles. Kelcey stops at the rampway and looks back into the ring. Selena tells her to come into the ring. Kelcey just smirks. The crowd roars as we cut back to a wide shot of the ring to see Shawn Mason entering the ring from behind. He steps forward, but just before he can strike, Selena, we see Sienna Swann lunge and catch Mason in the ribs with a shoot kick. Mason winces. Selena stops and turns and smiles. Kelcey’s confident smirk evaporates.

Sharper: “Oh no! He got caught!”

Winters: “They figured Selena was going to come down. They had a plan! They thought Sienna was rocked a bit harder than she was!”

Sharper: “And now what awaits the Perfect Mind?!”

Shawn looks up and puts his hands up. Selena then looks at Sienna. Sienna then cuffs him in the back of the head and holds him forward as Selena turns and jumps to the top rope and dives back. Sienna backs up and Selena nails Shawn in the side of the head with the Defying Gravity. The crowd roars. Shawn just falls to the mat and face down. The crowd cheers. Kelcey just steps forward, but stops herself. We then see Chris Cannon running out from the back to join Kelcey. Selena gets up as Sienna looks at Shawn before Selena smiles.

Sharper: “Defying Gravity! Just like Best of the Best and Shawn Mason dropped!”

Winters: “And Selena got a bit of revenge on Shawn Mason for last week, but Kelcey Wallace just got reminded what may await her at Apocalypse!”

Sharper: “And Kelcey Wallace remembers Best of the Best too well. She won’t stop bringing it up. And neither does Jonathan Knots, who will join me in a few moments. Breakdown continues after this!”

The scene then slowly starts to fade to black.

We cut to the backstage area again where once again we follow Lexy Chapel as Sherlexy Holmes and her reluctant sidekick, backstage interviewer Spirit Dansby as Dr Watson. Lexy still has her giant magnifying glass and is walking down the corridor. She approaches another locker room as Spirit looks hesitant.

Spirit: “Oh, I’m not sure this is a good idea…”

Lexy: “Nonsense Watson, we must leave no stone unturned in the quest to get the answers we seek. You’re not afraid, are you?”

Spirit: “I just don’t think it’s a good idea to go in there…”

The camera pans and we see ahead of them the locker room belonging to the new United States Champion Vixen Cain and Merrick Wiseman. Lexy holds the magnifying glass up, ‘investigating’ the door before pausing.

Lexy: “Hmm, perhaps you are right, Watson. I sense something not quite right around here. In fact, my investigations up until this point have concluded that there is nobody inside that locker room with a sense of humour. Clearly this is either the work of the dreaded Moriarty or perhaps it’s another clue in the case…”

Spirit: “You think this is another clue?”

Lexy: “Of course, my dear Watson. And it all leads to one undoubtable conclusion. Quick, we must take this investigation to the next level!”

Sherlexy Holmes quickly heads away from the locker room as Spirit just shakes her head and follows behind her.

The scene then cuts to inside the CenturyLink Arena in Omaha, Nebraska where pyro ignites either side of the stage and makes its way towards the center. The crowd explodes with electricity with the cameras catching glimpses of all in attendance tonight. Various signs are on full display for their favorite superstars.  The camera continues to pan the crowd before we cut to ringside and the SCW announce table to see Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots at ringside.

Sharper: “Welcome back to ringside! Adam Sharper here with now joining by Jonathan Knots.”

Knots: “Are you going to challenge me to match? Everyone else is.”

Sharper: “Not planning to!”

Knots: “Oh thank God. I don’t know if I could carry your ass to a good match!”

The Sisterhood (Angelica Jones & Kayla Jones) vs. Honour Code (Shaun Cruze & AJ Helms)

Number One Contendership Tournament

Phillips: “The following match is scheduled for one fall and is the second match of the SCW tag team contendership tournament!”

Sparkling angel
I believe
You are my saviour
In my time of need

The lights in the arena go dim. The Global Tron flashes to life. An image of Angelica Jones followed by one of Kayla Jones and then the word “Sisterhood” appears on the tron. Pyro goes off and immediately following the pyro the lights come back on. Angelica Jones and her sister Kayla come running through the curtain and out onto the stage. The crowd comes alive with loud cheering for the pair of siblings who pump their fists, trying to get the crowd excited and into this! The crowd responds in kind with loud cheers.

Angelica and Kayla look into each other’s eyes, nod, and then turn and begin to make their way with a determined stride towards the ring, taking time to slap the hands of a few fans along the way.

Phillips: “Introducing first, from Boston Massachusetts, at a combined weight of two hundred and thirty pounds, they are Angelica and Kayla Jones... THE SISTERHOOD!”

Kayla slides into the ring from underneath the bottom rope and then she hops up onto the second turnbuckle, facing the crowd, and raising both arms up high in the air. Angelica, meanwhile, takes a sharp turn to the right and the ascends the steel steps, making her way up to the ring apron. She strolls slowly to the center before turning towards the audience. She looks out intensely at the crowd before posing with both arms raised high into the air. Angelica steps into the ring, joining her sister in the center as they await the start of the match.

Sharper: “Mixed results for the two ladies of The Sisterhood at Rise to Greatness but recently reforming AS a team means Angelica and Kayla look to get back to the height of the division they reaches when they held those titles last year.”

Knots: “And if they can reproduce the attitude they had back during that time there’s no reason they won’t do just that, but frankly I wonder if the new incarnation of The Sisterhood has that lethal touch anymore...”

The lights flicker in the arena, before going off fully, a single spotlight shining on the entrance way as it's fills with smoke. The spotlight then starts to strobe, as the opening riff to ‘Rise’ by Sixx: Am hits over the PA system and two figures step into the light, through the smoke

Phillips: “And their opponents; making their way to the ring, weighing in at a combined weight of four hundred and twenty six pounds, they are The Impact Player Shaun Cruze, The New Jersey Legacy AJ Helms, they are... HONOUR COOOOOOOOOODE!”

The light comes back on, AJ and Shaun nodding to each other before looking over their shoulders, Scarlett Pearson and Angyalka Cruze walking behind them and putting a hand on AJ and Shaun’s shoulders. With a smile at each other, AJ and Shaun make their way down the ramp to a thunderous ovation from the fans. Both of them take time to high five with the fans, before they start to run, sliding under the bottom rope and into the ring. Both of them then hop up onto a turnbuckle, and raise a fist in the air to another huge reaction. They then jump down, walking over to Scarlett and Angyalka who are stood in their corner, AJ kissing Scarlett and Shaun does the same to Angyalka, before the two girls walk back down the steps.

Knots: “And despite my reservations about The Sisterhood, I still hope they win tonight because these two make me sick...”

Sharper: “Former two-time tag team champion Shaun Cruze looking to help relative newcomer AJ Helms achieve his first title shot and Honour Code can make a statement tonight with a victory to take them to the finals.”

In the ring, the referee looks over at both sides of the ring. Shaun says something to AJ and the rookie nods before exiting to the apron. On the other side, Angelica looks at her sister before stepping onto the outside, letting Kayla start things off. The referee, seeing both teams are ready, turns and calls for the bell.

*Ding Ding*

Cruze and Kayla both step forward and start to circle before coming together, locking up at collar and elbow. Cruze pushes Kayla back quite easily into the ropes before breaking the hold and taking a step back. Kayla steps forward and Cruze quickly fires her across the ring. She bounces off the ropes and comes back to the middle where Cruze hits a stiff kick to Kayla’s midsection. He follows it up with a quick kick to the back of her knee, dropping Kayle down to one knee before he kicks her across the chest and Kayla falls back. Cruze turns and runs at the perpendicular rope, bouncing off before running back and hitting a knee drop. Kayle doubles up but Cruze pushes her back and makes the cover.

1...

Sharper: “And Shaun Cruze only gets a one count following the first pin attempt of the match!”

Knots: “Kayla Jones firing that shoulder up before the referee could even count two but Cruze showed intent with that series of kicks. Kayla already showing she’s taking this fair competition thing too seriously? The old Kayla wouldn’t have let that happen...”

Cruze rolls to his feet and drags Kayla up. He slips on a front face lock but Kayla manages to fire him off and into the ropes. Cruze comes running back and Kayla hits a dropkick to his knees and Cruze stumbles over. Kayla steps forward but Cruze quickly rolls back to his feet and he fires off a quick right hand followed by a second and a third. He drives a knee into Kayla’s midsection before lifting her up and over with a snap suplex. Cruze jumps back up and runs at the ropes again, jumping up and bouncing off the middle rope before springing back with a lionsault, landing on Kayla and hooking the leg again.

1...

2...

Kickout!

Sharper: “Closer but still not good enough; Shaun Cruze only gets a two with that Lionsault.”

Knots: “And it looks like the older idiot is about to tag in the younger idiot. Just look at Angelica, she’s desperate for Kayla to get her in on the action too!”

In the ring, Cruze makes his way to the corner and tags in Helms. Angelica on the other side is reaching out desperately for the tag as Kayla rolls over and Cruze exits the ring as Helms jumps up and over the top. He runs at the ropes that Kayla is now facing, bouncing off before running back and hitting a baseball slide into Kayla’s face and she rolls over holding her face in her hands as the fans give a big pop. AJ jumps back up and runs at the ropes again but as he goes to bounce off Angelica kicks him square in the back and he stumbles forward. The referee goes to step over to her to lecture her but Cruze starts to try and get into the ring and the referee turns to him to get him back out. Angelica, sensing her opportunity, quickly climbs into the ring and jumps up, hitting a back cracker on AJ before rolling quickly back to the apron and the referee doesn’t see any of this because he’s still trying to get Cruze back out of the ring,

Knots: “That’s more like it! That’s the Angelica Jones we know and love right there!”

Sharper: “A cheat, you mean?”

Knots: “You say cheating, I say showing initiative! Kayla was at a disadvantage, Angelica evened things up a little that’s all...”

In the ring, Cruze finally backs off and the referee turns to see Kayla back on her feet and AJ on the canvas holding his back. Kayla pulls Helms up and fires him into the corner before tagging in Angelica and Kayle pulls AJ out of the corner, hitting a European uppercut before exiting the ring. Angelica drags AJ back out of the corner and drags him to the middle of the ring before hitting a hard right that staggers the teenager. He stumbles back and Angelica whips him into the ropes. AJ bounces off and runs back at Angelica but he hits a baseball slide through her legs and comes up behind Angelica. Jones quickly hits a mule kick though, hitting him square in the nuts, the referee’s view obscured by Angelica and he doesn’t see the low blow as AJ falls to the canvas. On the outside Angyalka and Scarlett are screaming at the referee for the low blow but Angelica innocently holds her hands up, not knowing what she’s supposed to have done wrong as the fans boo.

Sharper: “And again, Angelica showing she has no trouble bending the rules to gain an advantage!”

Knots: “It was clearly an accident Adam! She doesn’t have eyes in the back of her head, she was acting out of instinct to keep the advantage she ALREADY had!”

Sharper: “Of course it was, sure...”

Angelica looks at AJ on the ground before turning and climbing the ropes to the top turnbuckle. Turning, she jumps off and hits a split leg moonsault, hooking the leg on landing and the referee slides into position.

1...

2...

3...NO!!!

AJ kicks out just before the three and Angelica looks frustrated as she gets up to her knees. She looks at Kayla and Kayla gives her a cheer of encouragement. Angelica gets to her feet and drags AJ up to his feet. She goes to whip him into the ropes but this time he manages to counter and he sends her into the ropes instead. As Angelica bounces back, he flips her over with a snapmare before drilling her with a dropkick to the back of her head and Cruze yells in delight from the corner as Kayla looks on, frowning. AJ jumps up and runs at the ropes, jumping up and springing off the middle rope before coming back with a missile toe dropkick as Angelica is getting back up, hitting her in the chest and sending her back to the canvas before he goes for the pin.

1...

2...

No! Somehow, Angelica manages to reverse the pin and the referee starts to count.

1...

2...

Kickout!

Sharper: “He’s taken a bit of a beating but AJ showed he shouldn’t be counted out because of his inexperience with those two huge dropkicks and he nearly got the victory...”

Knots: “But Angelica showed why experience matters too, reversing the pinfall and nearly scored the victory for The Sisterhood right after!”

Angelica and AJ both roll away and get to one knee, looking across the ring at one another. They both then turn and tag in their partners. Kayla enters, as does Cruze and the four end up meeting in the middle, Kayla trading blows with Cruze as Angelica faces off with Cruze, doing the same. Kayla starts to get the upper hand over AJ and he has to duck underneath a big punch but as he straightens up again he crashes straight into Angelica, who Cruze has just tried to whip across the ring. Angelica stumbles away and rolls to the outside as AJ stumbles back around towards Kayla and she hits him with the Kaylan Wind Kick (version 1) and the crowd roar as he hits the canvas.

Knots: “Goodnight Helms! Kaylan Wind Kick takes him right out!”

Sharper: “But he’s not the legal man anymore, Cruze is and Kayla just remembered that!”

In the ring, Kayla turns to Cruze a second too late and he hits a crescent kick that knocks Kayla sideways into the ropes. Cruze steps forward and pulls Kayla up as AJ finally rolls to the apron and lays there. Cruze whips Kayla and sends her across the ring. She bounces off the ropes and comes back and Cruze bends down looking for a back body drop but Kayle leap frogs over Cruze and hits the ropes on the other side. She comes back to the middle and jumps up to take Cruze down with a headscissors, rolling right back up to her feet as Cruze begins to get back up. On the apron, AJ rolls over and tries to grab the bottom rope as Scarlett stands by him giving him encouragement. Cruze starts to get to his feet and Kayla is right there, hitting a step up enziguri before getting to her straight away. Cruze rolls over and gets to all fours and Kayla steps back, ready for the Kaylan Wind Kick again, as Angelica slowly begins to stir on the outside.

Knots: “Great comeback from Kayla! And she’s ready to take Cruze’s head off now, just like she did to Davey junior a minute ago!”

Sharper: “Angelica is still down on the outside but Kayla is cleaning house and Honour Code may be in a bad way here...”

Cruze starts to push up to his feet and Kayla is all but ready to unleash her huge superkick, but out of nowhere, AJ somehow manages to get back to his feet and seeing what’s about to happen, he grabs the ropes and jumps, springboarding from the top to nail Kayla with a huge flying forearm smash that catches Kayla by complete surprise. The referee goes to lecture AJ as Cruze gets back to his feet, but AJ doesn’t linger. He spots Angelica getting back to her feet on the outside and he runs at the ropes, leaping over the top with a big front flip, landing on Angelica with a senton and the two crash into the barricade as Cruze turns and spots Kayla struggling back to her feet across from him. As Kayla gets back up, she turns around and walks right into Cruze’s foot as he hits the Morality and Kayla collapses back to the canvas. Dropping down, Cruze hooks the leg and the referee slides into position to make the count.

1...

2...

3!!!

Knots: “God damn it!”

Sharper: “It could have gone either way, but a big superkick Shaun Cruze and some athletic help from AJ Helms gives Honour Code the victory. They go on to Apocalypse to face the Daughters of Darkness and could very well be about to grab themselves a title shot if they can do the same as they did tonight!”

With “Rise” once again playing over the speakers, Helms slides back into the ring and high fives Cruze before the referee raises their hands into the air. Scarlett and Angyalka enter the ring as the referee lets go of Cruze and AJ’s arms and both men huge their significant other’s before AJ turns to walk over to Kayla, helping her as she begins to get back to her feet. The two look at one another for a moment before Kayla nods and they touch hands before Kayla slides out of the ring to help her sister up. Cruze winks at AJ as the teen turns back to face him and the two continue to celebrate as the scene fades.

The scene opens up backstage as we see Bree Lancaster and Blake Mason walking down the hallway. Blake just shakes his head.

Blake: “Despite some things seemingly getting better, other things….what happened earlier-“

Bree: “They’re just going to rile you up. They know that’s going to get under your skin. You wear your heart on your sleeve. And while for me that’s great. For you…”

Blake: “I know.”

Bree: “Well, look, I need to get ready for my match against Autumn. Worked up a bit of a sweat out there and would like to make sure I look like the star I want to be. So just wait for a few moments.”

Blake: “With all the talk about locker rooms, I know why Kennedy has to be angry. So many people sharing while we’re here in this out of the way place.”

The crowd boos a bit.

Bree: “There are sometimes an advantage. But I’ll be out in a bit.”

Blake nods as he turns to step back and Bree then walks into the locker room. A few moments pass before we hear some yelling. Blake turns back.

Blake: “Bree?”

We then see the door open. Bree steps out and holds the door open.

Bree: “You, camera guy. Come on in here.”

???: “What the hell are you doing?”

Bree then grabs the cameraman, forcing him in as the crowd roars. We then notice part of the reason why which is Sienna Swann, wearing only a towel.

Sienna: “What are you doing?”

Bree: “I come in here and you want to put on a show. Flaunt this. I’ve told you I don’t care, but then again, there are people out there that get off on you.”

Sienna just scoffs.

Sienna: “You’re still annoyed about that. So I walked to the ring in my underwear to prove a point. I’m proud of my body-“

Bree: “That’s why you had to cheat in all of those competitions. Well, hell, camera guy. You’ve been around a while, maybe put in a good word with Mr. D.”

Sienna: “What are you on? I’m not looking to do any of that again. And you’re overreacting-“

Bree: “So you didn’t hear me outside talking to Blake, decided, you’re going to try and play the same game. Meanwhile, while we’re looking around, everyone is so insecure that they need to show off how firm their breasts are or how tight their ass is. I came here to wrestle and I’m not sure about you. In ten days-“

Sienna: “Relax. I just had a match. I’m having a shower…see the hair…Getting dressed for the rest of the show and you just had good timing. Just like at Rise to Greatness’s Pre Show.”

Bree: “Have to take the dig.”

Blake: “Bree!”

Blake is heard from outside of the room.

Sienna: “Just relax, take a breath. I get it. You want to be champion, but this you know…there’s nothing there.”

Sienna then extends her arms, motioning that this is ridiculous.”

Bree: “Please. You love to show off. You’re even preening here with the camera present. Sorry, Sienna, I can’t take seriously anything you said. After talking about wrestling running up to Taking Hold of the Flame, you then had to make it about sex appeals just as much. And I’m not going to let you keep doing that.”

Sienna: “Whatever. You’re clearly on a tear. I don’t get why you have such a problem with me embracing our sexuality and beauty.”

Sienna turns to walk out and Bree then grabs her.

Bree: “I’m not don-“

Sienna moves back, putting her hands on the towel to keep it up, but we hear an angry yelp as Bree falls over, pulling down the cameraman.

Bree: “What the hell?!”

Sienna: “Bree, you okay?”

Sienna bends over to help Bree, but Bree shoves her back. Blake then steps into the room, seeing Bree down.

Blake: “You had to cheap shot her?! What the hell is wrong with you Sienna!

Sienna: “I didn’t-“

Blake runs over to Bree and checks on her as the cameraman backs away. Sienna just backs up.

Blake: “Just go get dressed. We don’t need that now.’

Bree holds her ankle as Sienna just rolls her eyes and shakes her head.

Amy Chastaine vs. Shilo Valiant

SCW Television Championship

Blue and white lights flash in time with the music and the words:

"Tear me down, it won't build you up"

Amy Chastaine comes through the curtain just as the tempo of New Years Day's "Relentless" picks up with the chorus, the lights flashing to keep up. With one hand she flips her hair out of her face, with a confident grin, gazing out at the cheering crowd. She starts down the ramp, greeting fans along the way.

Phillips: “Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall, has a twenty minute time limit and it is for the SCW Television Championship. First, on her way to the ring, from New Orleans, Louisiana, she is Amy Chastaine!”

Amy gets in the ring by hopping up on the apron, and stepping between the second and third ropes. She goes to the second rope in the corner near the ring steps, and poses for the fans, one arm in the air, the other on her hip, a smile for the cheering fans. Amy hops down and goes to the opposite corner, and does the same pose. Amy then hops down and awaits the start of her match as the music fades and the light stop flashing.

Sharper: “Amy Chastaine looking to add the Television Championship to her resume. She was involved in a hard fought battle at Rise to Greatness during the thirty minutes IronWoman match up against Syren and Regan Street. She came close to winning thus earning herself a World title shot, but in the end, Syren came out with the victory. Last week however, Amy earned herself a shot at the TV title in a rather unusual way against Merrick Wiseman.”

Knots: “Yeah and humiliated Merrick. Covering him by placing her boot on the chest. Some respect.”

Sharper: “About the same as Wiseman showed and I don’t blame her. Amy Chastaine is a veteran. Abides by the code that many wrestlers have and what has annoyed so many about what Wiseman so openly did.”

Knots: “Well Wiseman’s getting enough heat – Regan Street is going after him and she’s damn near nuts with rage!”

Sharper: “Imagine is Amy wins the title tonight.”

"Sin with A Grin" by Shinedown is heard. A growing fog forms near the entryway of the ramp as a spotlight shines down on the ramp. The crowd boos. As the song advises the masses to look left and right, from the fog rises Shilo Valiant, his mask the ever-smile of the jester. The SCW Television Championship is around his waist. At those words, Valiant slowly locks his arms in the X pattern of "Necro" before thrusting his right hand up to the spotlight, locking up at the raised palm that faces him. As he does, a shower of red sparks rains down upon him, seemingly from the spotlight. Valiant slowly lowers his arm, the colors of his mask glowing amidst the red of the rain and white of the spotlights.

The eternally smiling one slowly walks down the ramp, the spotlight following him. He walks around the ring and up the short stairs, climbing under the middle-rope to enter the ring. Standing within its center, the spotlight still cast on him, Shilo Valiant slowly raises his arm once more to the source, his spotlight, looking up at it as his fingers reach for it. With a one last look at such an image, Shilo commanding the spotlight on him, the lights return to normal. The referee comes over and Shilo hands him the title. The referee holds it up as the SCW Television Championship logo comes across the screen and fades to the bottom corner.

Phillips: “And her opponent, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, he is the Blood-Stained Joker and the reigning and defending SCW Television Champion, Shilo Valiant!”

Sharper: “Shilo, the current TV Champion making his way to the ring. You know that he is feeling proud of himself after securing a win over Konrad Raab at Rise to Greatness. He spent weeks telling everyone it was his show…”

Knots: “And he proved it when the time came.”

Sharper: “How’s that? He used the ropes to win!”

Knots: “Exactly. He outdid him. Outthought him. Konrad Raab didn’t think of that!”

The ref calls for the bell and Amy immediately goes after Shilo, peppering him with forearms and punches, backing him into the corner. Shilo covers up as the ref steps in between both competitors. Amy takes a step back after the ref instructs her too. As soon as the ref backs out of the way, Amy goes for Shilo again, but Shilo hits a shot to her ribs. Amy doubles over. Shilo quickly grabs her and takes Amy down with a snap suplex before going for a quick cover.

1

Amy kicks out. Shilo climbs to his feet as Amy goes to push herself up. Shilo watches her before driving his foot into her ribs, flipping Amy onto her back. The crowd boos as Shilo smirks as Amy holds her sides. Shilo taunts Amy, telling her to get up earning himself more jeers. Amy slowly pushes herself off of the mat and Shilo moves closer to her. Shilo grabs Amy but she hits a spinning back elbow, which staggers Shilo. Amy then steps up and hits an enziguri. Shilo drops to his knees as Amy then grabs him by the head and drops him with a DDT before hooking the leg.

Shilo kicks out.
Amy gets to her feet and goes to grab Shilo but the champion reaches up and pulls her down into an inside cradle.

Amy kicks out.

Sharper: “Shilo going for the ribs early on but Amy giving him a fight. He went for the inside cradle just as he did with Raab at Rise to Greatness but it didn’t work as well as Shilo hoped.”

Knots: “Well she’s lulling her into a position of not expecting the ropes. Master thinking he is.”

Sharper: “Uh-huh.”

Amy gets to her feet but Shilo is there to meet her with repeated clubs to the back. Shilo then whips her into the ropes. Amy bounces back, going for a crossbody but Shilo catches her and slams her down with a power slam. Shilo gets to his feet before running up and kicking Amy in the ribs once more. The crowd boos as Shilo begins to circle Amy.

Sharper: “And Shilo once again going for those ribs. Hard shot and Shilo making sure Amy is going to hurting for this one.”

Knots: “Make it harder to breathe. Make it so she can’t kick out. All good things if you’re Shilo.”

Amy gets to her feet but Shilo clubs her in the back once more before turning her around and planting her with another snap suplex. Shilo then grabs Amy, picking her off of the mat and he begins to drive his knee into her abdomen as he backs her into the ropes before whipping her to the opposite side. Amy comes back as Shilo goes for a clothesline, but Amy dunks it. Amy hits the ropes once more and comes back, taking Shilo down with a hurricanrana. Amy grabs her side as she hooks the leg.

1

Shilo kicks out. Amy grabs Shilo and lifts him off of the mat, but Shilo drives his knee into her abdomen once again before dropping Amy with a twisting neckbreaker. Amy hits the mat and Shilo grabs her legs before locking in the Roach Motel. The ref begins to check on Amy, asking her if she wants to submit as Shilo leans forward, applying pressure to her back and ribs. Amy shakes her head no as the ref asks if she wants to submit.

Sharper: “Shilo with the modified sharpshooter and Amy could be in serious trouble.”

Knots: “Shilo is doing exactly what I said he’d do. He is upstaging Amy at every turn!”

Sharper: “Amy Chastaine is not one to quit if she can help it.”

Knots: “She may not be able to do here!”

Sharper: “She’s getting to the ropes!”

The crowd cheers Amy on as she begins to pull herself towards the ropes. The chants of “AMY” begin to pick up as she gets closer and closer. Shilo shakes his head as she reaches up and goes to grab the ropes. Shilo breaks the hold and stomps down on her lower back. Amy rolls around in the ring as Shilo smirks down at her. Shilo steps back, and slowly begins to pace back and forth, methodically as Amy uses the ropes to pull herself up. As Amy gets to her feet Shilo charges at her, only for Amy to step out and connect with the Lightning Strike. Shilo drops to the mat immediately and Amy goes for the pin.

Shilo kicks out.
Shilo goes to push himself off of the mat, but Amy kicks him in the midsection before planting him with the Vortex. From there, Amy quickly locks in the Tourniquet, squeezing as tightly as she can. The ref goes to check on Shilo as the crowd continues to cheer and chant for Amy.

Sharper: “Well folks in a quick turn of events, Amy Chastaine is in control, surprising Shilo with a superkick then dropping him to the mat with the Vortex and now she has him in a submission. It may be a tap out for Shilo after all.”

Knots: “Whoa! Whoa! Come on! Get to the ropes. Get there just like Amy did!”

Shilo shakes his head no before finally reaching over and placing his foot on the rope. The ref tells Amy to break the hold but she doesn’t. The ref begins the count.

Amy breaks the hold. Amy rolls away as does Shilo. Amy gets to her feet, holding her ribs while Shilo recovers in the corner. Amy runs at Shilo, only for Shilo to get his foot up. Amy stumbles back. Shilo then grabs her, lifting Amy up into a Razor’s edge position. Amy fights to get out. Amy then uses the ropes and flips over Shilo, keeping her arms locked in around his. Amy then barely lifts Shilo up into a Gory special position before hitting him with the Event Horizon.

Sharper: “And Amy hits Shilo with the move she is now calling the Event Horizon. She introduced it at Rise to Greatness and now she’s using it against Shilo! The strength to get him up!”

Knots: “But what did it take out of her! I don’t think she got all of it!”

Amy hooks the leg as the crowd counts with the ref.

Shilo shoots the shoulder up just as the ref’s hand is coming down for the three. Amy looks frustrated at first but shakes her head before climbing to her feet. Shilo pushes himself up as well but Amy kicks him in the abdomen before planting him with a swinging neckbreaker. Amy climbs to her feet, holding her ribs. She reaches the turnbuckle and climbs up. She looks down at Shilo who is slowly making it to his feet. Amy holds her ribs before leaping into the air and grabbing Shilo by the head, but Shilo pushes her off. Amy rolls over awkwardly, not getting her feet under her. She then starts to get up and runs at Shilo. Shilo lowers his head and hoists her up and drops her throat first on the top rope. She falls back. Shilo then smirks and grabs her and pulls her up before hooking her head up. He then runs forward and goes to run up for the E-Factor, but Chastaine hooks his leg and rolls back with a school boy.

3!

The crowd roars. Shilo looks up stunned as he rolls out his shoulder. Amy Chastaine then gets up and looks around and Shilo gets up and goes to nail her, but just then, we see Alexis Quinne running down from the back. Shilo stops and smirks.

Phillips: “Here is your winner and NEW SCW Television Champion, Amy Chastaine!”

Sharper: “Amy Chastaine has won, but wait a minute! Alexis Quinne down here! Why the hell is she down here?”

Knots: “I don’t know, but Shilo was going to attack Amy too. I think Amy had the tights! Cheater!”

Sharper: “She didn’t! But look out!”

Quinne slides into the ring and Amy starts to get up and Quinne nails her with a running boot. The crowd boos. Quinne turns and stomps Amy in the ribs and then again and again and again. Shilo smirks before looking at the official who drops the Television Championship, having retrieved it to hand to Amy and goes over to pull Quinne off. Shilo looks at the title before grabbing it. The crowd boos. Quinne gets a few more shots in before she’s moved back by the official. A couple more run down and one notices Shilo with the TV Title. He goes to stop him, but Shilo rolls out of the ring and walks around.

Sharper: “Shilo is taking the title! He lost it! Shilo! That’s not yours!”

Knots: “I don’t know if he cares. Quinne stomping a hole into Chastaine, preventing her from getting any joy in this.”

Sharper: “And this night continues to just lead to more controversy! Shilo! He’s got the TV Title!”

The crowd continues to boo as Shilo walks around the ring. The official runs over to grab it from him, but Shilo pulls it away. He then backs away before pointing to himself and continuing on his way to the back.

We cut backstage to see Bree Lancaster in the trainer’s room in the building as she has her foot up. The trainer presses on it and tries to check it. Bree winces with each touch. Blake just shakes her head as Mr. D then walks into the room.

Mr. D: “So what the hell happened?”

Blake: “I was outside – heard Bree yell and went in. Sienna was standing over her.”

Bree: “She and I had an argument. She moved, I feel and slipped on the tile.”

Mr. D turns to the trainer.

Mr. D: “She’s booked against Autumn Valentine later. Is she going to be able to compete?”

Bree: “Well, I’ll still fight-“

Mr. D: “Yeah, we know. Most wrestlers would. That’s why we have protective measures. He says you can’t go tonight. We’ll let you heal and have to have the match another week. So?”

The trainer looks at the ankle and turns to her.

Trainer: “We can ice it, but she’d need at least an hour before I’m comfortable letting her go out there. That’s the only way I can tell if it’s a sprain or something more serious.”

Mr. D: “Then that’s that.”

Bree just looks down a bit.

Bree: “Can’t believe it…”

Blake: “It’s fine. Just relax. You’ll rebook the match.”

The crowd is booking in the crowd.

Mr. D: “When I can. Thank you.”

Mr. D turns and heads off. The trainer turns around to grab some pressure wrap and ice as Blake turns as Bree just smirks a bit before leaning back, and wincing again.

Breakdown returns as we see Shilo Valiant walking through the hallway area, holding onto the SCW Television Championship. The crowd boos seeing him. He continues to walk down the hallway before we see Konrad Raab step out from behind him.

Raab: “Hey! What are you doing?”

Shilo ignores him. Raab then starts to jog after him.

Raab: “That’s not yours!”

Raab runs after Shilo and Shilo continues to head down the hallway wherever he’s going. Raab runs over to Shilo and grabs at the title. Shilo then turns and drives the belt into the face of Raab, knocking him. Shilo then turns and looks at him.

Shilo: “Give you a bit more of my spotlight, but sorry…I’m not letting her take the title from me like that. She wants it…let’s make this must see TV. Raab, stay out of this, you ingrate!”

Shilo backs up and turns around and continues to head where he was going, the back entrance of the building.

We cut to the back once again where we see the office of Mr D. The camera waits patiently outside the room before the door swings open and Lexy Chapel, still dressed as Sherlexy Holmes, walks out of the room with Spirit Dansby still dressed as Dr Watson. In one hand Lexy holds her giant magnifying glass, while in the other she seems to be carrying a hockey stick.

Lexy: “Finally, Watson, we have reached the conclusion of the case. And it is just as I suspected. There were many who believed that Moriarty could be involved, others who believed that Mr D was simply angry at the actions of his employees, but I knew from the beginning that the truth would be discovered, and now it has been.”

Spirit looks confused as she just shakes her head.

Spirit: “Ok, and how does that relate to that hockey stick you just took from Mr D’s locker room? Was that his hockey stick?”

Lexy: “Is it not obvious, my dear Watson? We came here tonight to investigate the Strange Case of the Apparent Stick Up Mr D’s Ass, and I believe that we have indeed found our culprit. I should have seen this earlier. Mr D may be the owner of this worldwide company, and the chairman of the Board of Directors, but at this very core do you realise what the most defining thing about Mr D is, Watson?”

Spirit: “The fact that he’s our boss?”

Lexy shakes her head and holds the magnifying glass up, examining the stick closely before handing it over to Spirit and then reaching into her pocket, removing a smaller, broken stick.

Lexy: “Nonsense, Watson. It should be obvious. At his core he is Canadian, and according to our investigations THIS right here is proof of what happened last week. It seems that our friends in the online investigative community were right all along, Mr D does in fact have a stick up his ass, and I believe the evidence we have collected suggest that that stick may in fact be a hockey stick!”

The crowd roars as Spirit shakes her head and looks at the stick in her hand.

Spirit: “So… all of this for that?”

Lexy: “That is not all, my dear Watson. You see this is the proof we were looking for. Although, the question now becomes whether or not the stick should be removed. Has it not done great things? Did the result of his actions last week not benefit many? My dear Watson, while he may have a stick up his ass, the true question should be whether Mr D is the villain here?”

Spirit: “Did you really take this from his office?”

Lexy turns to answer her reluctant sidekick when she pauses suddenly as Mr D walks over to the duo, a less than impressed look on his face.

Mr D: “What are you two doing?”

Lexy: “Err… well, we were just… err… Watson, would you answer the man?”

Mr D: “Watson?”

Spirit: “She keeps calling me Watson. It’s a weird story.”

Mr D: “Spirit, shouldn't you be doing interviews? I'm pretty sure I saw you name on the production sheet. So who is doing interviews? And Lexy, are you even booked to appear this week? Isn’t there something else you should be doing?”

Lexy: “Well, actually no. Nobody has booked an episode of the Chapel Show Live for weeks, but what the hell, I get paid regardless. Guaranteed contract, y’all.”

Mr D shakes his head and sighs before looking at the stick.

Mr D: “Well, as amusing as this is, I think you should both be getting back to what you’re supposed to do. And let’s assume for a moment that I do, in fact, have a stick up my ass, then I think you’ll find I have taste. I’m a Habs fan. Get back to work, ladies.”

Mr D walks into his office and shuts the door. Lexy turns around with the magnifying glass and examines the stick again before looking shocked.

Lexy: “By god, this is a Leaf’s stick. How did this get into his office? Damn, this raises so many more questions…”

Spirit: “Ok, well, this was fun, I guess, but I should be going back to work…”

Lexy: “Wait, Watson, who’s stick is this? And why did we find it in Mr D’s office? Come Watson, THE GAME IS AFOOT!”

Spirit throws her arms up and drops the stick, walking off down the corridor. Lexy leans down and picks it up before calling after Spirit.

Lexy: “Watson? Hey, Watson?! Yo Spirit, we’re not done yet. C’mon, I at least need the costume back. Linda in props will murder me!”

Lexy runs off after Spirit as we cut back to ringside.

The big screen above the entrance springs into life as the lights darken, the only image we see is that of a glistening perfect world logo. We then hear a woman’s voice that sounds a lot like Kelcey Wallace over the P. A System next as she addresses the arena.

“Monarchy Presents...”

.CHRIS CANNON.

The opening guitar to Prometheus by Audio Machine hit’s over the P.A system next with an explosion of sound. There’s a sudden pause and then a spotlight shines down onto the stage where we see Chris Cannon, he stands proudly on the stage with an aura of confidence about him. He just smirks as Kelcey Wallace walks out with him. The crowd boos seeing the two of them as they start to walk down to the ring.

Sharper: “Earlier tonight, we saw Kelcey Wallace defeat Sienna Swann, but Shawn Mason got caught by Selena Frost and Sienna Swann trying to ambush the Snow Queen.”

Knots: “And they mercilessly knocked him out. For what?! Where’s the honour in that?”

Sharper: “They gave him a message and on top of that, a bit of revenge for last week when you can argue that he helped Chris Cannon beat Selena Frost.”

Knots: “Cannon did it all himself. Speared her. Pinned her. Done!”

Cannon walks down to the ring with Kelcey Wallace. The crowd boos them as they reach the ringside area. Cannon walks over to the steel steps and walks up them. He then holds the ropes open as Kelcey Wallace up after him and steps into the ring. Cannon enters after and walks across the ring. He then smirks as he hears some of the boos. He then heads to the far corner and asks for a microphone. He takes one and turns back to the middle of the ring. He then listens as the music fades out, leaving only boos greeting the Perfect Couple. Cannon listens for a few moments before responding.

Cannon: “After how you reacted to the cowardly attack by Selena Frost earlier tonight, no one deserves to listen to your pathetic opinions, so everyone shut up and listen to what I have to say!”

The crowd boos as Cannon looks around. Kelcey just shakes her head.

Cannon: “See, what I am going to do is more important than your pathetic need to denigrate my wife, you’re going to realize that your opinions matter little when she defeats Selena Frost in eleven days. But what about me? Well, I made it clear when I pinned Selena Frost myself. I’ve been asking for a US Championship shot since Rise to Greatness. No one else has stepped up except Ms. Frost herself and I took care of that in this ring.”

Sharper: “With Shawn Mason’s help!”

Cannon pauses as the crowd boos.

Cannon: “And so I am going to ask nicely once. Just once. Because anything more is a slap in the face to myself and what I’ve accomplished. So I am demanding a shot at that arrogant piece of crap on the stain of the underpants of this company, Vixen Cain. I want a shot at the United States Championship and I want it at Apocalypse.”

The crowd gives a bit of a mixed reaction before the boos start to drown the cheers up. Cannon looks around. Kelcey says something to him. Cannon continues to wait for a few moments longer. He then shakes his head.

Cannon: “Of course-“

The opening chords of “This Fire Burns” starts to play. The crowd roars and then boos again. A few moments pass before we see Jake Starr walk out from the back. Chris Cannon grits his teeth, clearly displeased before shaking his head. He then turns to Kelcey and Kelcey says something to him. Jake Starr then walks out from the back, brandishing a steel chair. He then looks down at the ring and starts to walk down to the ring, bringing a microphone in his free hand up to his mouth.

Sharper: “Looks like we’re getting another guest in Jake Starr!”

Knots: “Sticking his nose in business he doesn’t belong in. It’s what? Over ninety minutes and this asshole needs the spotlight!”

Jake Starr smirks.

Starr: “Hold it right there Sparky! You can talk about how you deserve this and you deserve that, and while you’ve done a hell of a job of kicking Baby Helms ass around, I don’t think that’s far enough to say you’ve earned a damn thing. Kicking Selena’s ass…another bonus, but it pales in comparison to the fact that I took Greg Cherry and kill all remaining hope that son of a bitch has and he’s gone off into the sunset, never to return, probably to father a bunch more dumbass kicks with no future. I took a legend and killed it dead.”

Starr smirks and stops at the bottom of the stairs.

Starr: “Oh, yeah…didn’t your mentor do that too, but she’s not here. I am. I didn’t even have to sell my soul to do it. I just stabbed Greg in the back and got the job done.”

The crowd boos. Starr then walks over to the ring.

Starr: “Now, get your asses up, I want to get into this ring. And Kelcey, don’t worry, I’ll have no problem caving your pretty, Perfect skull in with this chair and Chris, don’t worry, I’ll help you up by shoving this up your ass, so we can find YOUR head!”

Starr hops onto the apron. Kelcey and Cannon both run over and kick at the ropes. Starr backs up and walks back and smirks before turning around.

Starr: “What? Did I piss you two off? Well Chris, grow a pair and challenge me to a match. US Title Shot on the line, and we’ll be able to talk about it like professional wrestlers.”

Cannon just smirks before stopping and shaking his head.

Cannon: “Jake, you forget, I’m not an idiot like some of the other fools you’ve manipulated. I’m not going to just cave because all you’ve shown an ability to do in the last few years is run your mouth and get people to get hooked-“

Cannon mimics getting caught on a fish hook.

Cannon: “Just because they’ve got no sense. I’m not going to get into a fight with you when there’s nothing to gain, because Jake, I don’t need your ass getting something off me and lord knows I’m not going to waste my time with you when I already deserve the shot.”

Starr: “Then funny, because I figured that you’d show that you don’t have a set on ya, so what the hell. I may as well make this worth my time-“

Starr hops onto the apron again. Chris and Kelcey lunge, before suddenly "Could Have Been Me" by The Struts echoes from the loud speaker. The crowd roars and again, give a mixed reaction.

Sharper: “What in the hell? Blake Mason? Isn’t he with Bree? I don’t get this.”

Knots: “I guess he’s going to step up and defend Kelcey, allowing Chris to not have to waste his time.”

Sharper: “Stop it. It can’t be that.”

Blake Mason walks out from the back, microphone in his hand. He holds his hand up. Chris just glares a bit as Kelcey looks a bit confused.

Blake: “I think I have a solution to this problem-“

Starr turns and looks at Blake.

Starr: “Blake, thanks for coming out, but if we wanted to deal with people who can’t figure out their left foot from their right foot, we’ll give you a call.”

Blake: “Well Jake, if you’d shut up for a moment, I figure I may as well make myself clear since you only know how to do it with a steel chair and pissing off any warm body you see.”

The crowd roars. Cannon smirks.

Blake: “See, the way I see it, I stepped up last month and it may not have worked out, but damn it, I’ve had a change of heart. I’m not going to come out to that ring and let someone else make their name off people….just like I’m not going to let you run down someone who has supported me in the past in Kelcey. But at the same time, I don’t know how many big losses I can take before SCW figures I can’t hack it anymore. But that’s not going to stop me from stepping out here – too hell with my open challenge and David Miller. I have something better in my head. Jake, you and I have no love lost and frankly, Chris…”

Blake stops and looks right at Chris Cannon, the two locking eyes.

Blake: “You probably would love to kick my ass. Now, Chris, you don’t want to waste your time with Jake Starr. I happily will. Jake probably doesn’t want me in the match, but you can come up with plenty of reasons to want to repay me for year’s past.”

Sharper: “What is he talking about?”

Cannon starts to smile. Kelcey turns to Cannon and turns to Blake, clearly not truly supportive.

Knots: “Whatever it is, Cannon loves it.”

Blake: “So I say this, the three of us meet at Apocalypse. Put a US Title shot on the line and we beat the hell out of each other.”

Starr rolls his eyes. But before he can comment, Cannon responds.

Cannon: “You’re on.”

Jake turns to Cannon and smirks.

Starr: “Well, if you want to be that transparent of how much of a coward you are. I’ll still kick your ass because I won’t break a sweat kicking his and kids…thanks for letting me use my chair!”

Starr turns and throws the chair into the ring. Kelcey ducks out of the way. Cannon does too. He then turns and drops to the floor. He runs around the ring as Starr smirks and turns and jogs along the floor by the ramp to the back. Blake just shakes his head. Cannon stops at the bottom of the ramp.

Sharper: “Cannon agreeing to this triple threat match Blake Mason just agreed to. But Blake already agreed to face David Miller at Apocalypse.”

Knots: “He said it! To hell with him. He’s wanting a US Title shot and gave Cannon a reason to love it.”

Sharper: “I don’t like this and Blake, that’s not cool at all. Doesn’t your word mean anything?”

Knots: “Who cares? Cannon is going to get a chance to kick ass and frankly, against one guy I hate and another who I don’t trust. Fantastic!”

The crowd boos as Starr just laughs as he walks around the stage and to the back. Blake Mason then cuts to the back.

COMMERCIAL:

Blake Mason is seen walking backstage as the crowd roars seeing him. He continues on his way before we then see Mr. D heading over to him.

Mr. D: “Hey! Blake!”

Blake stops and turns around. He then nods.

Blake: “Look, I know it seems a bit odd, with my already agreeing to a match and then the situation with Bree-“

Mr. D: “Look. I don’t care if you want to run around and clearly try and take advantage of a spot, but just know it’s going to have some consequences.”

Blake: “What do you mean?”

Mr. D: “Your match against Miller…it’s going to happen at Apocalypse too. You agreed to both matches. I’m going to make you honour your word.”

Mr. D turns and heads off. Blake just watches him go as he shakes his head.

Bree Lancaster vs. Autumn Valentine

The lights dim slightly and the spotlights point down at the stage as the fans quieten in expectation. A woman whispering can be heard across the PA system.

“Don’t bless me father, for I have sinned...”

“Miss Nothing” by The Pretty Reckless begins playing across the PA system as the fans erupt in boos. As the cheers continue to ring out, Autumn Valentine walks through the curtain wearing a pink ring-jacket with the words DARK FANTASY on the back, spinning around on the stage before holding her arms out to the side and posing on the stage, enjoying the reaction of the fans.

Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
Dark Fantasy

Autumn grins at the camera before blowing it a kiss and skipping down to the ring.

Phillips: “Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one-fall and has a twenty minute time limit. First, on her way to the ring, from Los Angeles, California, she is one-half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions, Autumn Valentine!”

She jumps on to the ring apron and climbs up on to the ropes, sitting on the top rope for a second before flipping over and landing on her feet in the ring. She runs to the furthest corner and leaps up, raising her arms in to the air and further enjoying the reaction of the fans before again flipping out of the corner and landing on her feet. She circles the ring before walking to the opposite side and posing on the ropes, one foot on the bottom rope and one on the middle rope. She takes off the ring jacket before putting it in her corner. She then turns to the official and looks around. She speaks to the official a bit. She looks a bit confused.

Sharper: “Autumn Valentine out here. But as you noticed, Jason Phillips announced this. I thought it was called off.”

Knots: “Me too. Maybe Mr. D got an opponent last minute. Maybe Blake Mason is interested. He’s agreed to two matches tonight.”

Sharper: “Two matches he’s now stuck with. I’m sure he loves that. But Autumn Valentine looks a bit confused. Obviously it seems like she knows that Bree Lancaster, thanks to that slip, won’t be cleared. Although, Bree…that smirk. We saw it…”

Knots: “Or maybe she had a moment of realization. She could be free until Apocalypse. Fresh for Sienna!”

Autumn Valentine paces around the ring a bit. She then looks around before turning to the referee. The referee holds his finger to his earpiece.

Sharper: “Everyone trying to figure out what the hell is going on here. I’m hearing from the truck that this match is off. Autumn, the official…”

Knots: “Clearly Phillips, Autumn, the ref, they didn’t get the message.”

Sharper: “Well they know Autumn isn’t coming out-“

Knots: “Bree!”

Sharper: “Sorry, Bree. They know she’s not cleared.”

A few more moments pass as the crowd boos a bit. Autumn looks around. Autumn then shrugs before stopping as we turn to the entrance way as the crowd’s boos only grow louder as Vixen Cain and Merrick Wiseman walk out from the back.

Sharper: “Oh no…Wiseman. Cain.”

Knots: “And well, they knew friends in the production truck. You don’t think they’re using that.”

Sharper: “And they are obviously not in the best of moods.”

The boos continue as Autumn looks around. Cain and Wiseman slowly head down the rampway and Autumn then turns and bolts for the floor. She drops down and heads over to the timekeeper’s table and grabs a steel chair. She folds it up as the crowd roars. Autumn rolls into the ring, but as she does, Cain and Wiseman rush down and both slide in. Autumn gets up and turns to swing, but Wiseman catches her with a running forearm smash. Autumn hits the mat and rolls over, holding her head in pain. Cain then heads over and dives on top of her and nails her with a series of hard shots to the back of the head.

Sharper: “Autumn had an idea. Get a weapon. But Wiseman and Cain closed the gap too soon.”

Knots: “And Wiseman cracked her with that forearm. She’s down and Cain teeing off.”

Sharper: “But why? What the hell do they have with Autumn Valentine?”

Knots: “Maybe justice? Something to do with Autumn’s past with Dark Fantasy? Anger at Cain years back. I don’t know?”

Cain nails him a few more times as the official tries to get him off. Cain gets up and grabs the referee’s attention as Wiseman grabs Autumn and drags her up before throwing her into the corner. The official tries to go back to Wiseman, but Cain pulls him back and starts to straighten his collar, trying to distract him and keep him over as Wiseman nails Autumn in the ribs with a shot and then another before grabbing her and teeing off with shot after shot after shot. Wiseman then throws her down. Cain then shoves the referee back and runs over and hits a diving elbow drop to the back of Autumn. Wiseman smirks before we then hear a roar from the crowd. Wiseman turns as he then backs up and Cain gets up and rolls out of the ring as Matty Stone slides into the ring. Cain backs up as does Wiseman.

Sharper: “Matty Stone coming down to the ring. The man who challenged Cain for Apocalypse!”

Knots: “Yeah and Cain and Wiseman getting out of there.”

Sharper: “I still don’t know why they went after Autumn and if you believe they set this up, why?”

Knots: “I don’t know, but Matty Stone just saved Autumn’s ass!”

Cain and Wiseman walk around the ring. The crowd boos them as Matty Stone stands in the ring. He backs up and motions at them to come into the ring. Wiseman ignores him walking around as officials run down to the ring. Cain walks around as well. The two start to head around, the referee’s keeping everyone separate. The official in the ring checks on Autumn as she stirs and Matty Stone continues to watch Cain and Wiseman as they walk away.

Amy Chastaine is walking backstage, holding her ribs a bit. She then heads over to the locker room she’s in for the night and steps inside. She then takes a few steps before the scowl on her face only grows.

Amy: “The hell…”

Amy then walks over to her area of the room and we see a large bottle of amaretto. She grabs the note and looks at it.

Amy: “Bought it in case you won…or lost….”

Amy shakes her head.

Amy: “You sick bastard.”

Amy turns and throws the bottle across the room, causing it to shatter. The scene then fades to black.

Breakdown returns as we open up backstage to see Merrick Wiseman and Vixen Cain being held back by officials as Mr. D stands across the way from them, on the other side of the group of officials.

Mr. D: “I hope you’re happy.”

Wiseman: “No. I hope you are. This is just a contingency plan after you decided to show your true colours and piss on us just because you could. No bias…BS Olek.”

Mr. D: “Then don’t piss on the roster. You did that to yourself.”

Wiseman: “And then that’s all this was…reminding one half of the tag champs that she still needs to pay for past sins and plus, Tainted Justice is looking at the Tag Titles, even with this damn contendership tournament.”

Mr. D: “Just wanting to go for all the gold.”

Cain: “Not all of it.”

Cain smirks. Just then, we see Matty Stone and Autumn Valentine come into view. Autumn steps forward and the officials keep her back. Matty steps forward.

Matty: “You son of a bitch. Now you want to ambush champions just to further show how much you both spit on this sport!”

Cain: “Whatever there. I gotta defend my US Title against well, someone, that’s up to this guy over here. Sorry, boy-o. No match with me. Just going to have to find another dance partner.”

Matty: “Then I’ll just kick your ass now and beat some respect into you.”

Wiseman: “The hell you will-“

Wiseman and Cain step up, as Stone does as well. Autumn does too, clearly angry too.

Mr. D: “Stop it. Cain, oh don’t worry, you’ll be facing Matty Stone at Apocalypse. I’m not going to put the title on the line, but I am going to let him get your hands on you because frankly, I think you need the respect beaten into you.”

The crowd cheers. Cain just scoffs. Matty then calms down a bit.

Matty: “Going to enjoy that. Oh man…”

Autumn just glares at Merrick.

Mr. D: “And Merrick, you know what. I think you need to be humbled. Talking about titles. You’re not on the radar, but that’s fine. I’m all for second chances.”

Wiseman: “Oh and how’s that?”

Mr. D: “Autumn…Matty….relax…”

Autumn backs off a bit, as does Matty.

Mr. D: “Next week, before Breakdown, yeah, I’m not even going to have you wrestle in front of a crowd anymore. And you can face another problem I have and we’ll see who wants something more….you’ll face Kennedy Street in a dark match. So have with that. Because after that match, I’m kicking you out so we don’t have another incident like this before Apocalypse-“

Before Mr. D can finish, we see Regan Street run in front behind and jump up and tackle Wiseman down. She then gets up and stomps away on Wiseman. Cain walks over and grabs her and throws her back. Security gets in between. Wiseman gets up and just looks at Regan before turning to Mr. D. Autumn and Matty start to pull Regan back. Regan turns and elbows Autumn and nails Matty with a shot. Matty staggers back as security gets her back.

Matty: “Regan…what the hell!”

Mr. D: “Get her back.”

Regan: “If this is the only shot I’ll get, then I’m making sure I take it!”

Regan tries to get through and Wiseman and Cain just walk off.

Wiseman: “Whatever Olek. This is your funeral!”

Wiseman and Cain head off as security keeps Regan back.

Regan: “Let me go!”

Regan keeps fighting before we then cut back to ringside to see Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots at the announce table.

Sharper: “Obviously a heated situation and one of the targets of Mr. D ‘s desire to regain order.”

Knots: “And humiliate! He’s trying to humiliate Cain and Wiseman.”

Sharper: “They’re doing plenty to themselves. But another individual who you may have noticed is absent tonight is Red Rayne. After coming to the ring last week and looking to get her hands on Mr. D, not willing to move on, she was taken away by police.”

Knots: “Yeah…taken away, locked up. In the squad car and guess what. SCW is doing something!”

Sharper: “SCW has suspended her contract for thirty days. She has been charged and we’re being told that Mr. D is the one putting it forward. It raises the question of why he didn’t do it earlier, but also that something else is in play.”

Knots: “The Board of Directors.”

Sharper: “That may be why he’s been allowed back and in full control. But as is company policy, while someone is undergoing litigation with the company, they are suspended with pay while the situation is resolved. I’m unsure what that resolution could be.”

Knots: “Termination?”

Sharper: “We can only hope.”

“Immortals” then starts to play as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We see a shot of James Evans and then a shot of David Miller before showing both.

Sharper: “And we’re not done yet here in Omaha. Our main event, David Miller faces James Evans. Syren has been invited to ringside. This match, it’s next here on Breakdown!”

The scene fades to black.

We return to ringside as “Groupie” by Cassie Steele plays in the background. We see Syren seated next to Adam Sharper at the announce table, with her headset on.

Sharper: “Welcome back to ringside. Syren, the number one contender to the SCW World Championship has joined us at the announce position, accepting James Evans’ invitation to watch our main event up close.”

Syren: “He says I haven’t gotten the hint. That I don’t see him as dangerous. He tried to throw me off the top rope. He’s just not used to someone who, not make jokes, but is motivated enough that that’s not going to stop me.”

Sharper: “Meanwhile, we urge you all at home to stay with us folks. We have contacted our cable affiliates and are hoping to be able to stay on the air until the conclusion of this match.”

James Evans vs. David Miller

As cameras pan across the capacity crowd, the lights begin to lower, drawing a number of the fans to their feet in anticipation. Seconds pass in silence, before a single tone bleeds through the speakers, slowly leading into a hard, pounding cadence that echoes throughout the arena. Black and white video-clips begin to play in time with the beat, showing Miller shadow boxing in an empty cage, or staring through the fencing. As the music hits a raucous crescendo, becoming the marching metal chords of Damnation Plan’s “Judgment Day,” violent strobes of black and white light fill the gorilla position. The video package changes to a jagged, fast-cut montage of Miller’s past matches, highlighting many of his choke outs. A silhouette appears against the blinding lights as he steps out from the back, drawing a deafening, but mixed reaction from the crowd.

Phillips: “The following match is scheduled for one-fall for tv time remaining, and is your main event of the evening. On his way to the ring, from Santa Ana, California, he is the Assassin, David Miller!”

Head bowed low, the man begins a slow, purposed march down towards the ring, ignoring the hundreds of hands slapping at his back and shoulders while dozens more grab at his torn and faded hoodie. Taking a moment to pause just outside the ring, he finally raises a single fist in acknowledgement of the fans, who offer up a louder, but still divided ovation. He then dives beneath the bottom rope, rolling up onto a knee. Rising to his feet, Miller turns and mounts the second turnbuckle, arms slowly reaching out to his sides before snapping up to tear back his hood as he unleashes a bellowing roar into the crowd, who eagerly return the gesture. Slowly peeling off his jacket, Miller balls it up and hurls it out into the sea of hands before dropping back to the canvas, calmly pacing the ropes while turning a focused stare towards the stage.

Sharper: “David Miller and James Evans have had issues for months. They’ve fought, they’ve attacked each other. Tonight, they’re going to fight again. Miller taking this seriously. We know that Luther West is around here tonight and Miller has made it clear he wants him nowhere here. He wants no distractions.”

Knots: “And you know this Syren, Evans says he’s dangerous. Miller is dangerous. He’s injured people. We know the history. So if James Evans schools Miller, doesn’t that tell you what you’re in for?”

Syren: “I’m facing the World Champion. I expect a challenge.”

Knots: “You really don’t get it. He hated Ace Marshall and nearly destroyed him. He doesn’t care about you and he tried the same thing!”

The opening of “Joyride (Omen)" can be heard blaring through the PA system. Out from the smoke appears James Evans, with the fans showering him with jeers and the lights begin to flicker along with the beat of the music. The SCW World Championship sits over his shoulder.

Phillips: “And his opponent, from New York City, New York, he is the SCW World Champion, James Evans!”

James Evans, decked out in a sleeveless black hoodie, with the hood over his head, walking slowly. James keeps his eyes focused on the ring. James stands outside of the ring, keeping his hands in the pockets of his hoodie. He then turns and stares out at the crowd, as the negative reaction continues. James slides in underneath the bottom rope. James slowly stands up, then walks to the opposite corner and climbs the top rope, then slowly removes his hood, staring out at the crowd before hopping off of the top rope, looking focused and determined before the match begins. He folds up the SCW World Championship and places it in the corner. He then glances at James and smiles slowly before turning back to Miller.

Sharper: “James Evans looking over at you Syren. Probably happy you’re here.”

Knots: “He’s got an audience of one tonight.”

Syren: “And I’m watching.”

The bell sounds. Miller steps forward and immediately starts to go for Evans. Evans turns and Miller nails him with a forearm. Evans falls back. The crowd roars. Miller forearms him again and then again and again. Evans remains in the corner, covering up as the referee counts.

Sharper: “And Evans spearing Miller down. Both men toppling through the ropes, to the floor.”

Knots: “And he took what Miller threw and then threw it right back.”

Sharper: “This fight kicking up.”

Syren: “Great on him. Getting right in there, but if he wants to impress me, win the match.”

Knots: “Oh he’s going to try.”

Sharper: “Miller is just manhandling the World Champion!”

Syren: “Looks like Miller didn’t get the memo either.”

Miller hoists him up and Evans gets up to his shoulders. Evans then suddenly starts to drive his thumbs into the eyes of Miller. Miller yells and Evans slides down before nailing Miller with a hard right. Miller falls back and rolls over. He holds his eyes. Evans runs at him and kicks him hard in the ribs. The crowd ohs as Miller rolls over. He starts to get up and Evans walks over and kicks him hard again. The crowd ohs. Miller winces as the impact echoes throughout the arena. Evans then grabs him and drags him up and leans him on the top rope. Evans then lifts Miller up by the legs, with his neck and arms on the top rope. He then kicks him hard in the stomach. Miller grimaces and falls over, holding his ribs in pain.

Sharper: “Evans, hard kicks.”

Knots: “And those will put down anything. Especially women challengers half of Miller’s size.”

Syren: “I get it. This is professional wrestling, Knots. It’s a contact sport.”

Miller grabs at the ropes. Evans grabs him and pulls him up before then snap suplexing him down. Evans gets up and stomps him in the face. He then backs up and stomps him in the shoulder. He then stomps him in the face again. Miller stirs and Evans grabs Miller. He drags him up. He then whips him into the ropes. Miller bounces off and Evans lifts him up and drops him with a gutbuster. He then backs up and pulls Miller back.(4) Miller then suddenly lifts Evans up and turns and back drops him down on the floor. (5) The crowd cheers. Miller grabs at the ring apron.

Syren: “Seems to me that he’s gotten a bit cocky.”

Sharper: “Miller with the back drop. The thud on the floor was the World Champion, hitting the mats!”

Evans stirs. (6) Miller turns and watches Evans as he gets up and runs over and hits a knee lift. Evans pops up and falls back to the announce table. (7) Miller looks at the referee. He then rolls into the ring and rolls back out. Evans turns around and Miller nails him with a hard right.(1) He nails him again and then again. Evans walks over to the top half of the steel steps. (3) He then lifts them up. The referee stops his count and warns him and tells him to stop. Evans however turns and throws the steps down onto the bottom half. Miller moves him out of the way, just in time as the top half crashes him down. The referee drops down and yells at Evans. Evans just ignores him, walking around.

Sharper: “Oh my God!”

Syren: “Come on…disqualify him. He’s the damn champion. You don’t try to injure-“

Knots: “He’s making his point. He doesn’t care. He’s going to make his statement. He’s going to remind you you don’t tug on Superman’s cape, you don’t spit into the wind and you don’t screw with James Evans!”

Sharper: “There’s dangerous and then there’s openly hostile to everyone.”

Evans then turns and walks over to Miller. The referee warns he’ll disqualify him as he follow him around. Evans then grabs Miller. Miller then suddenly grabs him and hits a head and arm overhead suplex. The crowd roars. Miller slowly gets up. He grabs Evans and drags him up and rolls him into the ring. Miller rolls in after. Sharper: “Evans again going to the eyes.”

Knots: “And then knocking Miller down. Keeping him there. Ya learning, Syren?”

Syren: “Plenty.”

Syren just keeps watching as Evans is reprimanded by the official. Miller starts to stir and gets to his hands and knees and Evans turns around and runs at Miller and nails him with a vicious punt. The crowd ohs. Miller pops up and falls back. He rolls over, holding his head in pain. Evans then turns and walks over and steps over Miller. He then pulls back on the arms, and locks in the Twinge. The crowd roars. Evans just turns and looks at Syren. Miller struggles, trying to get anything free, but Evans pulls back. The referee checks and Miller starts to fade, partially from the hold, partially from the punt. Evans keeps pulling back, closing his eyes. The referee checks on Miller closer and then gets up and calls for the bell. The bell sounds. Evans just continues to keep the hold on.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via submission, James Evans!”

Sharper: “James Evans has choked out Miller…I don’t believe it.”

Knots: “Has anyone done that?”

Sharper: “I don’t know, but let go of the hold.”

Syren: “Let go of the hold, James! Let go of it!”

Evans keeps pulling him back. The bell sounds again. The referee tells him to let go. Evans keeps the hold on. Syren takes off the headset and turns and hops onto the apron. Evans lets go and steps over to Syren. Syren just looks at Evans. Syren just stops and looks at Miller who slowly rolls over as a number of officials come down from the back. The crowd roars a bit as Luther West runs down from the back too. Evans then steps off to the side.

Evans: “Look at him!”

Syren turns back to Evans. Evans then backs up and steps through the ropes. He then drops down to the floor before walking over to the corner and grabbing his World Title. Syren watches him as Evans starts to walk around the ring. Syren then turns back to Miller who slowly starts to come too. Luther West yells at the officials.

West: “Oh God! Is he okay?! Is my client okay?! We have too much money wrapped up into this!”

Syren turns back to watch Evans as he heads up the rampway.

Knots: “Client?”

Sharper: “I don’t know. Something’s off there. But that’s hardly the main story here.”

Knots: “Yeah. Syren seems a bit less confident. That’s a bit different that how she was at ringside.”

Sharper: “Syren, I’m sure she’s ready for the challenge, but she’s realizing what its entailing. David Miller, one of the best submission artists and technical wrestlers was just choked out by the World Champion.”

Knots: “And you saw what he did to him. Imagine if he does that to Syren in eleven days or if he tries the powerbomb again…”

Sharper: “And both are in the back of Syren’s mind.”

Knots: “I think she’s figuring it out. You may have been World Champion before, but you’ve never faced someone this desperate to do anything to maintain their title.”

Evans continues to walk to the back as Syren watches him leave. Miller continues to being helped out, clearly angry, even taking a swing at Luther West, who jukes back, causing him to juke back as the scene fades to black…
