A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.

Shots of Selena Frost celebrating with the World Championship start before we see a shot of the Konrad Raab, bloodied, standing tall in the ring. Following this is Cid Turner punching CHBK in the concourse. Ace Sky diving off the top rope onto an opponent follows.

Holly Adams standing on Asher Hayes at Tactical Warfare follows before we see Syren hitting the Total Makeover on an opponent. The One choking out Beard before we see Polly Playtime diving off the top rope and landing on an opponent with a crossbody.

Holly Adams throwing Syren into the windshield of a pink convertible follows before we see The Happy Farmstead Friends holding the SCW World Tag Team Championship. Ravyn Taylor standing on the ropes, looking down at herself, follows before we see Gavin Taylor hitting an opponent with the Gavin Taylor Lariat. Glory Braddock hitting the London Plunge on a downed opponents is next before we see Tsunami hitting a running body avalanche on an opponent in the corner.

Autumn Valentine hitting the Blindspot on a foe follows before we see a shot of Owen Lee and Daisy Lee on their way to the ring, and then a shot of Kimberly Williams licking a staple gun. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen and remains on it for a few moments.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. The cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.

Sharper: “It’s the final Breakdown of 2022 and the start of the Trios Tournament!”

The cameras continue to pan across the crowd. After a few moments, we cut to ringside where Adam Sharper, Simon Lyman and Jonathan Knots sit at the announce position.

Sharper: “Hello again everyone. Adam Sharper here at ringside along with Simon Lyman and Jonathan Knots and folks, the Trios Tournament is here.”

Lyman: “Eight randomly drawn teams. Four quarterfinals matches. It begins tonight and we’re going to see who moves on to get one step closer to those contracts.”

Knots: “But not only that, we’re going to find out who won the End of the Year Special Title Shot. Who is getting their very first one on one shot on new year’s eve?”

Trios Tournament Quarterfinals

The lights in the arena plunge into darkness. A pulsing sound plays out across the PA system as the fans cheer. We cut to the backstage area where we see a tour bus with Syren’s logo on the side. Syren walks out in her full ring gear, complete with black ring jacket and pink halter-top/black tights. She begins walking into the arena as we cut back to inside to see the fans reacting. “Groupie” by Cassie Steele then hits as we see one of the doors opening and Syren walking through. She pauses to take in the atmosphere before walking down toward the ring.

Syren walks down the walkway to the crowd barricade before walking around and through the timekeeper’s area. She jumps up onto the apron before climbing the turnbuckles on the outside and waving her hands to get the fans fired up. As the camera gets closer to her, she shouts at the camera before pointing out at the fans.

Phillips: “The following contest is the first match in the 2022 Trios Tournament. First, introducing, hailing from Los Angeles, California, this is SYREN!”

Syren smiles before leaping over the top rope and posing in the ring with both her arms outstretched. She screams before taking off her ring jacket and throwing it over the top rope toward the timekeeper’s table. She climbs up on the middle rope, posing for a moment before jumping back down and standing in her corner as her music fades out.

Sharper: “Syren returning here in Houston for the Trios Tournament!”

Lyman: “And you know she has every motivation. To win the tournament, to win a title shot, to get that opportunity and make it right.”

Knots: “Well she has an interesting team to say the least!”

The lights dim slightly as a male voice speaks:

“When's the last time you were afraid?”
“I haven't been afraid a day in my life.”

The music and chorus of Shinedown's “Dead Don't Die” kicks in, with white strobe lights flashing in time. Bree Lancaster runs out from the curtain, arms spread wide, hands facing up, and a smile on her face. The SCW Adrenaline Championship sits around her waist.

Bree makes her way down the ramp, confidence in her step as she speaks to a fan or two on the way.

Phillips: “Next, her partner, from New Orleans, Louisiana, she is the SCW Adrenaline Champion, Bree Lancaster!”

Bree sprints up the ring steps, quickly wipes her feet on the apron then steps through the ropes. She does a spin in the center of the ring, arms spread out like before, drawing cheers. She then heads to her corner as the music fades and the lights return to normal. She turns to Syren, the two locking eyes.

Sharper: “Bree Lancaster and Syren have rarely been on the same side. They’ll need to be tonight. That’s going to be a theme. Randomly drawn teams. You need to figure things out.”

Knots: “And Bree and Syren may not even be the most volatile here. We know…Hey!”

Before her music even plays, we see Sarah Wolf climbing over the barricade behind Jonathan Knots, Simon Lyman and Adam Sharper. She pushes Knots to the side and climbs up over him and onto the table.

Phillips: “And their partner, from nowhere in particular…Sarah Wolf!”

Wolf steps down off the table and looks in the ring. Bree glances at her while Syren remains focused. Wolf notices this and climbs up onto the apron and right in front of Syren. She then snaps her fingers in front of her. Syren turns to her.

Knots: “I told you!”

Lyman: “And Wolf clearly making friends.”

Sharper: “Or showing where her head is at. Then again, she’s been hard to pin down. What her personal motivations are. But having a contract she could do anything with…that’s alluring for anyone.”

The opening riff of “Wolf Within” hits the speakers and once the lyrics kick in Cassie Wolfe emerges from the back excited to start the match, with her hands on her leather jacket’s sides the rookie wrestler turns her back to the crowd.

Phillips: “Their opponents, first, from Greenock, South Australia and now residing in Las Vegas, Nevada, “The Rebel Princess” Cassie Wolfe!”

When her name is announced Cassie spins around flashing the metal horns sign with her left hand and clapping fans hands with the other, when she reaches the ring Cassie jumps onto the apron before giving her hair a full flip and removing her jacket to give to a stagehand, she then jumps over the top rope and into the ring, rolling to her knees and basking in the moment.

Sharper: “Cassie Wolfe may have more confidence than experience, but it’s been her success so far and frankly, she could be a wild card in this. Her team may be able to pull it together.”

Lyman: “Her entire team is relatively new. Sarah Wolf on the other side joined SCW this year. So a lot of first time talent in this tournament, but Syren and Bree Lancaster are two of the greatest to step into an SCW ring. Cassie Wolfe knows what that means. Deanna too. Jamison definitely.”

"Y'all ready for this" plays throughout the arena. The crowd cheers a bit as Jamison Logan walks out from the back. He looks around the arena and starts to throw his arms up, trying to get the fans pumped up, while pumping himself up as well.

Phillips: “Next, from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, he is Jamison Logan!”

Logan heads down to the ring and goes over to the barricade, climbing up onto it and looking out. He drops down and rolls into the ring. He gets up on his feet and looks around before heading to his corner. He starts to talk to Cassie Wolfe.

Sharper: “Jamison Logan was drawn as an alternate. Randy Ramon pulling himself out for personal reasons. We don’t know what they are, but Jamison Logan is the beneficiary.”

Knots: “Yeah, but has to go up against the woman who he helped to spark his return. Someone who knows him one way or another. Time to see if he can put that aside and compete!”

Sharper: “One week after someone taunted him claiming he shouldn’t be in SCW.”

Lyman: “Ridiculous.”

The chords of "People Like Us" by Kelly Clarkson fill the arena, causing a roar from the audience as bright, fall leaves seem to blow and fly on the LED screens on and around the ramp. From the back curtain, out runs "The Queen's Guard" Deanna Frost, taking in the audience before running to the right side, then the left side, shouting to them in excitement. The 'leaves' follow her as she does. The SCW World Tag Team Championship is over her shoulder. Returning to the middle, Deanna gives a spin on one foot, her arms outstretched, the 'leaves' circling her below her feet.

Phillips: “And finally, from Manhattan, New York, weighing in 115 pounds, she is one half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions, the Queen’s Guard, Deanna Frost!”

Hearing her name, Deanna stops her spin, side facing the ring, and, with one hand over her heart, her free hand arcs around to point forward, the 'leaves' flying down the ramp and 'circling the ring LED barriers. Making her way down to the ring, Deanna high-fives fans along the way until she reaches the ring. Sliding under the ring, the Queen's Guard jumps to her feet, making her way to the middle ropes and leaning over them, one arm raised to the crowd. She does the same to the other sides of the ring! She then places the title in the corner, turning to Cassie and Jamison and they talk strategy. Sarah Wolf calmly exits as Bree and Syren talk before Syren exits the ring. Bree steps up.

Sharper: “Deanna Frost, one half of the tag champs. A lot of pedigree to kick us off.”

Lyman: “And now time to see who is going to be showing that ability to adapt quick. So much can change quickly in this tournament.”

Cassie steps up for her team and looks across. Bree nods as Deanna and Jamison exit. The bell sounds. Bree and Cassie step up toward one another and Cassie smirks before lunging. Bree catches her and the two grapple in the middle of the ring. They push back on one another and Bree turns and moves into an arm wrench. Cassie winces. Bree holds on and wrenches her arm again. Cassie winces and rolls forward and then nips up and turns to go into a hip toss, but Bree spins through and sends her down. Cassie nods and rolls over and gets up. Bree looks at her as Cassie nods again and lunges. The two lock-up again before Bree moves into a side headlock. Cassie pulls Bree back into the ropes. She fires Bree forward. Bree bounces off and Cassie steps up and goes for a shoulder tackle, but Bree bowls her over. Cassie rolls over. Bree runs into the ropes. Cassie drops down. Bree hops over. She bounces off the other side and Cassie jumps up and leap frogs over. Bree ducks and runs into the opposite side. Cassie turns and goes for another hip toss. Bree blocks it again. Cassie nails her in the stomach with a shot. Bree bends over and Cassie places her leg on the back of Bree’s head. She backflips through. Bree then lunges for a clothesline. Cassie ducks and spins around. She then smirks against the ropes as Bree turns around.

Sharper: “Cassie is brash, and maybe a bit overconfident.”

Lyman: “Yeah and Bree showing why she’s had the success. And right now, Bree making Cassie have to work hard early.”

Bree invites Cassie to come back in. Cassie smirks and then steps up and the two lock up again. This time, Bree drops down and hits a fireman’s carry takedown. Bree follows up and grabs Cassie with a reverse chinlock. Cassie reaches around and Bree holds on as Cassie starts to get his feet under her. She gets up and Bree turns and pushes her into the ropes and fires her off. Cassie bounces off and Bree goes to hit a back drop. Cassie, however, jumps up and backflips down her back. Bree turns around and Cassie hits a dropkick. Bree hits the mat. She gets up and Cassie gets up and forearms her in the jaw once and then again. Bree stumbles to the neutral corner. Cassie steps up and climbs up onto the middle rope before nailing her with a couple of forearm shots. Bree shoves her back. Cassie rolls through. Bree runs out and Cassie hits a drop toe hold. She then gets up and jumps up and goes for a leg drop. Bree slides back and then turns and hits a dropkick to the face of Cassie. She hooks the leg.

Cassie kicks out. She rolls over and Bree grabs her and pulls her up. Cassie however then nails her in the ribs with a shot and then another before shoving her back. Cassie rolls back and turns and tags in Deanna. Bree backs up only for Sarah Wolf to tag herself in.

Sharper: “And Cassie fights out. This gets a reset. Both tag and Deanna Frost and Sarah Wolf in.”

Knots: “And from one dynamic to who the hell knows? And Deanna and Sarah Wolf have had some interaction over the Underground Title!”

Sarah Wolf then steps up and Deanna walks in and runs over and Sarah Wolf kicks her in the ribs. She then hits a closed fist, getting a quick reprimand from the official. Sarah nails Deanna again and spins her into the neutral corner. Sarah follows up with kicks to the ribs over and over as Deanna covers up. She then grabs at the arm. The crowd roars as Sarah Wolf pulls on the cast, trying to get under the plaster and trying to jam her fingers against the arm. Deanna then shoves her back. Sarah Wolf stumbles back and spins around and runs at Deanna, but Deanna gets an elbow up. Sarah staggers back and Deanna runs out and hits a running tackle, taking her down. She moves into a side headlock and hammers away on Wolf, but Wolf grabs at the arm and tries to again go for it. Deanna slides forward as Sarah Wolf slide out and she moves into a hammerlock. Deanna yells out as she moves to the ropes. The official calls for the break.

Wolf then clubs Wolf hard in the arm. Deanna yells out and stumbles forward, leaning on the ropes, looking over at Wolf. Wolf just smiles.

Sharper: “And Sarah Wolf going right for the arm and unlike last week, no hesitation.”

Knots: “Or bear paws preventing it!”

Sharper: “And quickly Deanna Frost knows what a liability that arm is.”

Wolf then lunges at her and kicks her in the ribs and then grabs at the arm clubbing it and kicks her again before Deanna tackles Wolf down. Deanna rolls away to get some distance as Wolf rolls over and gets up and turns and Deanna then jumps up and hits a leg lariat to the jaw. Wolf stumbles back. She hits the ropes and starts to pull herself up. Deanna then follows up with a kick to the ribs. She then hits a snap suplex. Deanna moves into a lateral press.

Wolf kicks out. Both get up and Deanna forearms Wolf in the jaw. Wolf falls to the ropes. Deanna kicks her in the ribs and whips her across the ring. Wolf bounces off and Deanna jumps up with a high knee. She goes for the pin.

Wolf kicks out again. Deanna turns and tags in Logan. Logan enters as Wolf stirs and Deanna holds Wolf. Logan kicks her in the ribs. Logan then nails her with a hard right and then shoulders her into the neutral corner. He hits a couple of hard shoulder thrusts.

Sharper: “Logan taking it to Sarah Wolf. Some hard shoulder thrusts.”

Lyman: “And Sarah Wolf’s quick start stopped.”

Logan gets up and then goes to whip her across the ring. He runs across and nails her with a clothesline. Sarah Wolf stumbles out and Logan turns and runs into the ropes. He bounces off and goes for a discus clothesline, but Wolf drops low and spears him down. The crowd ohs. Wolf then walks over to him and grabs him and then throws him down by Syren. Wolf walks over to Syren and looks at her and tags her in. Syren looks at Wolf as the crowd cheers. Logan looks up as Syren enters. Logan then backs up and slowly gets up, holding her ribs. Bree is shown briefly on camera before Logan lunges and goes for a hard right. Syren blocks it and kicks him in the ribs. She forearms him in the jaw with a shot and then another before pushing him into the ropes and firing him across. Logan bounces off and Syren runs forward and jumps up with a Lou Thesz Press. She nails him with a couple of hard rights and rolls off.

Sharper: “And Syren! Right down onto him. Lou Thesz Press. Hard right hands.”

Knots: “And this is where I have to say – welcome to the big leagues. You jump in the deep end and you’re facing it Jamison!”

Logan rolls over and gets up only for Syren to run into the ropes. Logan gets up and Syren jumps up and hits a front dropkick. Logan hits the mat. Syren gets up and jumps up and hits the Blonde Satisfaction. She goes for the pin.

Logan kicks out. He turns and rolls over, moving to the corner. Syren follows up and clubs him in the back of the head and then again before pulling him back with a Russian leg sweep. Syren rolls through and gets up and jumps to the middle rope and hits a lionsault. She hooks the leg.

Logan gets his shoulder up. He holds his arm up showing some fire as he turns and Syren turns and grabs him. She clubs him in the back once and then again before throwing him to the ropes.

Sharper: “Syren not hesitating. This is just her taking down Logan.”

Knots: “And I don’t think they train this at BlackOut, right, Simon?”

Lyman: “They do, but not at this high level. Not with the training Logan has.”

Syren nails him with a couple of hard forearm shots.

Syren backs up and walks around the ring. Wolf then grabs him and elbows him in the side of the head. Logan falls to a knee. Wolf goes to grab him again, but Bree stops her.

Knots: “Look out! Some friction!”

Wolf and Bree look at one another before Syren walks back to Logan. She grabs him and pulls him out before then whipping him into the ropes. Logan bounces off and Syren goes for the Facelift, but Logan ducks. Syren stops and turns and Logan hits a huge release powerslam.

Sharper: “Logan fighting back!”

Lyman: “Nice powerslam, kid!”

Logan turns and crawls to the ropes. Cassie Wolfe and Deanna Frost both have their arms out. Syren slowly gets up and Logan looks at her and nods before then seeing her get up and Logan steps over and kicks her in the ribs and hits a vertical suplex. Syren turns, holding her lower back and gets up and Logan looks at her before running at her and hitting a discus clothesline. Logan turns and looks at Syren before looking around as Deanna and Cassie yell at him to come for the tag.

Sharper: “Logan! Hard clothesline. Overwhelming the Hall of Famer!”

He then snaps out of his moment and turns and tags in Deanna. Deanna enters and Syren starts to get up only for Deanna to run over and hit a small package.

Syren kicks out. She turns and Deanna grabs her and then turns and runs her toward the corner, but Syren slides to a stop. Deanna turns and clubs her in the back before Syren shoves her back. Deanna stops and Syren gets up and Deanna runs at her and grabs her head, running up the corner and spinning through with a tornado DDT. The crowd roars. Deanna hooks the leg.

Syren gets her shoulder up as Bree starts to enter. Wolf shakes her head. Deanna rolls off and turns as Syren rolls over. Deanna then knees her in the ribs once and then again. Deanna turns and pulls her up and moves her into the corner. She kicks her in the ribs before then grabbing her by the head. She goes out for a snapmare, but Syren flips through to her feet and hits a back kick to the head. Deanna falls back to the corner. Wolf then runs along the apron and jumps up and hits a dropkick to the side of Deanna’s head. The crowd ohs as Wolf lands on the apron. She winces as the official tells her to get away. Cassie and Jamison show their frustration as Syren looks at bit stunned before then resetting and grabbing Deanna and pulling her out and then hitting a snap suplex into a pin.

Cassie breaks it up. Syren rolls off.

Sharper: “Sarah Wolf nearly handed this to her team. Clearly no problem bending the rules.”

Lyman: “Is it chaos? Is it wanting to win? Does it matter.”

Knots: “For Syren, she quickly focused on wanting to win!”

Syren rolls off and Deanna rolls over. Cassie runs back and extends her arm. Syren turns and moves to the ropes. Deanna crawls over and Syren walks over to her and grabs her leg. Deanna turns and then pulls her over into a inside cradle.

Syren kicks out. Both women get up and Deanna kicks Syren in the ribs. She grabs her arm and goes to pull her to her corner, but Syren breaks it and forearms her. Deanna then hits a back elbow and grabs Selena’s arm and hits the Claim-Stake.

Sharper: “Shades of Selena! Claim-Stake!”

Deanna turns and hooks the leg.

Bree breaks it up. Deanna rolls over and turns. Cassie and Jamison continue to look on as Deanna moves to the ropes. Syren rolls over and Deanna heads over to Syren and clubs her in the back before dropping her to a knee. She then hits a shoot kick to the chest and then another and then a third. Syren remains kneeling and Deanna then backs up and lunges and goes for the Burnout, but Syren shifts and lifts Deanna up and hits a sitout powerbomb.

Deanna throws her shoulder back. Syren falls back and rolls over. The crowd roars as Syren looks around. Deanna reaches out.

Sharper: “Only two! Syren hit a hell of a powerbomb! But only two!”

Lyman: “You’re seeing everyone’s heart on display!”

Deanna crawls toward her corner. Syren turns and looks over. She starts to move to her corner. The crowd cheers as both inch toward the other side before Deanna dives and tags in Cassie Wolfe. Syren dives and tags in Bree. Cassie slingshots in and Bree enters and runs forward and Cassie jumps up and hits a dropkick. Syren turns and moves to Cassie who jumps up and forearms her in the jaw. She then turns and throws her toward her corner. Logan pulls the ropes down and Syren goes up and over. Sarah Wolf remains on the floor. Cassie then turns and runs into the ropes. Bree gets back up and Cassie Wolfe hits a flying headscissors. Bree rolls through and gets up. She turns and Cassie jumps up and hits a hurricanrana into a pin.

Bree kicks out. Both get up and Cassie falls over to the ropes. She turns as Bree rolls over and sits up. Cassie runs at her and goes for the GOOAAAALLLL, but Bree moves out of the way. Cassie misses and stops. She turns around and Bree turns and hits the BOGO. The crowd ohs. Cassie falls to the ropes. Bree then grabs her and whips her across the ring. She bounces off and Bree nails her with a clothesline. Cassie turns and rolls over and moves to the ropes. Bree runs at her, but Cassie ducks and goes for a back drop. Bree spins through and lands on the apron, next to Jamison. Jamison looks at her and backs up. Cassie turns and runs at Bree and Bree forearms her. She grabs the top rope, but Jamison turns and grabs Bree. Bree turns to him and smirks before Cassie runs at her and hits a dropkick. Jamison lets go and Bree falls to the floor. She rolls over. Cassie looks around.

Sharper: “Jamison stopping Bree! Focusing on the team and Bree understood!”

Lyman: “And right now, Cassie Wolfe has the Adrenaline Champion in her sights!”

Knots: “The Rebel Princess may be looking to get closer to a title shot along with a win in the tournament!”

Cassie then runs across the ring. She bounces off and dives over the top rope and hits a corkscrew Plancha on Bree. The crowd erupts. Bree is down as Cassie rolls over. Logan turns and motions for her to get up. Cassie winces and turns as she feels some of the impact too. She grabs Bree and rolls her into the ring. Cassie falls to the apron and rolls in. She reaches up and tags in Deanna. Deanna climbs up to the top rope. She dives off and hits an elbow drop to the chest of Bree. She goes for the pin.

Syren breaks it up. Syren rolls over and turns as Logan enters and runs at her and nails her with a shot to the ribs and then another and another before Syren grabs him and the two spill through the ropes to the floor. Bree rolls over as Deanna gets up. She waits as she leans back to the ropes. Bree starts to get up and Deanna then steps up to go for the Burnout, but Wolf grabs her legs and pulls on them, just tripping her. Deanna turns as Cassie enters the ring, runs across and dives through the ropes, taking Wolf down. The crowd roars. Deanna smiles and Bree then gets up and grabs Deanna, pulling her down from behind with the Rectifier. The crowd ohs. Bree turns and hooks the leg.

Sharper: “Bree Lancaster gets the pin. Through chaos comes victory!”

Lyman: “Deanna was a bit slow turning back to Bree, concerned about Wolf before Cassie Wolfe took Sarah Wolf out.”

Knots: “That Wolf on Wolf action!”

Logan looks up as Syren turns and rolls into the ring. Wolf stirs as Syren walks over to Bree who sits next to Deanna. Syren reaches down. Bree looks over and extends her arm. Syren pulls her up.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via pinfall, Syren, Sarah Wolf and Bree Lancaster!”

Sharper: “And Syren, Lancaster and Sarah Wolf move on!”

Knots: “But the rookies gave them a scare and a half!”

Logan looks on as Cassie Wolfe rolls over, holding her head and neck and looks up. Sarah Wolf stirs as we cut to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

We open up backstage to see Calvan Greene walking backstage, wearing his fur coat, but also wearing a lucha-libre mask. He then runs forward and then jumps up and off the foot locker, landing on his feet and rolling forward. He then stops and nods before getting up.

Calvan: “Ready for this! Fitting in! Doing training! Kicking ass!”

Calvan smirks as we see him walk right past La Pequena Luz and Amelia Blythe who talk in the hallway. Luz then turns and notices him before stepping forward.

Luz: “Calvan!”

Calvan, however, doesn’t hear her, instead just continuing to walk down the hallway, pumping himself up.

Luz: “Calvan!”

Calvan keeps walking off as Amelia Blythe steps up, turning to Luz and then to Calvan.

Breakdown cuts to the ring where Adam Sharper stands in the ring.

Sharper: “Fans, we are about to reach the end of 2022. And while we celebrate the year that was, we will also see someone received the very first one on one World Championship opportunity.”

The crowd cheers. Adam Sharper nods.

Sharper: “And while the World Champion will have a busy time, with Kimberly Williams already having earned a shot….with Adam Allocco, Xander Valentine, Selena Frost, and others wanting to gun for a shot, I will at this time, introduce the new SCW World Champion…OWEN CRUZE!”

The opening rifts to The Black Adam Theme kick in, as mist fills the entranceway. The music stops, a huge explosion rocks the entranceway. A few moments pass before Owen Cruze walks out from the back, holding his SCW World Championship belt, over his shoulder. He looks out at the crowd as they cheer him.

Lyman: “And there is our new World Champion, defeating Xander Valentine last week.”

Knots: “Yeah and he now jumps from the frying pan into the fire. He’s going to find out his first defend just week before the defense and the fans decided it!”

Adam Sharper waits in the ring as Owen Cruze walks down to the ring. He runs over to the steel steps and climbs up to the top of them. He looks around and takes a moment and nods before entering the ring. He walks forward and looks out at the crowd, thrusting his World Title in the air. He then walks over to Adam Sharper as his music fades out. He looks around as the crowd cheers. An “Owen!” chant begins to break out and Owen smiles before nodding and turning to the microphone.

Owen: “Thank you…thank you…”

Sharper: “Owen…you finally are back at the top of the mountain. You have you redemption. You won the World Title on what would have been your father’s forty-fifth birthday.”

Owen: “All of that is true…and yet, I stand here…I’m World Champion. I’ve won this title again. I have a chance to prove I can hold this title…and I can’t keep thinking about one thing…Glory Braddock had to make it about her.”

Owen looks out.

Sharper: “Glory Braddock attacked you with her non-recognized UK Championship.”

Owen: “Apparently taking out her frustrations with my uncle against me, but let’s face it…I was a nice target. Cruze family. World Title. And she knew how important this was. And Glory, trust me…my father was more of a Briton than you were. He was a better man. A better wrestler. He was just better. But this…this BS about how Britannia rules the world and how you’ll represent that….”

Cruze laughs to himself.

Cruze: “Thanks for making it clear that anything I thought about you last June was false.”

Cruze shakes his head.

Cruze: “You’ve taken your shots at me. You can go after Shaun, and he’ll admit that he crossed a line, but you crossed a bigger one last week and trust me Glory, I will make you regret that at one point or another. That night was more important to me than anything you could think of in your career. Simple as that…”

Cruze pauses.

Cruze: “And yet, I’m going to make sure I do anything to prove I deserve to hold this. I’m not going to have a repeat of last time. I’m not going to be one and done.”

Sharper: “Well on that note…one reason you are out here is because we will announce the first challenger to your World Championship as determined by the fans, as per the End of the Year Special vote. Are you ready to find out your first challenger?”

Cruze: “I am Adam.”

Sharper: “In that case, Owen, I’m in the dark as you are. So…please welcome at this point…the winner of the fan vote for the SCW End of the Year Special title shot….”

Sharper turns to the entrance way. Owen turns too. The crowd roars a bit as a few moments pass. The tension grows before jaunty and generic royalty free music begins to play throughout the arena. On the big screen, a unicorn gallops across a beautiful, flowery field, leaving petals exploding into the air underneath its hooves. It gets closer to the camera as it prepares to fly off, which take the form of letters in a bubble font, reading:

HAPPY FARMSTEAD FRIENDS

From behind the curtain, Hairless Penguin steps out from the back, looking confused and stunned. He looks around before pointing to himself.

Penguin: “Me?”

Penguin looks around and then looks at the crowd.

Knots: “Oh good lord!”

Owen Cruze nods.

Sharper: “Hairless Penguin!”

The crowd roars.

Sharper: “He gave you quite the challenge a few weeks ago.”

Owen nods as Hairless Penguin is about to walk to the ring, before Lexy Chapel, joined by Dancing Bear, walk out. Chapel has a microphone in her hand.

Chapel: “Wait a minute, wait a minute. This is all some way to bribe me, right?!”

Chapel stops on the stage and looks down.

Sharper: “I believe it’s legitimate, Lexy.”

Chapel: “Of course you would say that. I have a CONSPIRACY against SCW and now they give my client an title shot. Well may we don’t-“

Penguin stops Chapel and turns to her. They talk to one another outside of earshot from the microphone. Chapel then looks at Penguin.

Owen: “Lexy…If you think they doctored this…”

Chapel: “Oh I think they had something. Why wouldn’t they do this when we are trying to find the KILLER INSTINCT of this team. Dancing Bear is going to get that extra level when he sees his movie and Penguin…he needs to figure out that I’ve got the best strategies but-“

Owen: “He gave me a hell of a fight a few weeks back. And for the World Title, I’ll be ready for him.”

Chapel stops and looks at Owen before Penguin takes the microphone. He then steps up and stops, before gulping. He then looks up.

Penguin: “To maybe World Champion…”

He breathes heavily into the microphone.

Penguin: “I’ll give you the best match I can!”

The crowd roars.

Owen: “And I’ll do the same-“

Chapel: “And I’ll make sure SCW does it right!”

Chapel says after taking the microphone from Penguin.

Sharper: “Well Hairless Penguin and Owen Cruze will clash on New Year’s Eve for the World Title, but later tonight, they’ll clash on opposing teams in the Trios Tournament! A preview? We’ll find out!”

Cruze nods as Penguin looks at the ring. Chapel just yells “Yeah!” as Dancing Bear flosses in the background. The crowd looks on and cheers as we cut away.

Backstage, we open up to see Jessica Winters standing in the backstage area with Adam Allocco. Allocco is beaming.

Winters: “Jessica Winters here with Adam Allocco and Adam, things suddenly have changed for you. Xander Valentine no longer the World Champion. You’ve also got the Trios Tournament ahead of you. We’ve been hearing that you’re already demanding a shot at the World Title.”

Allocco: “Damn right I am. I had my time at the top and it was cut short. Xander Valentine wanted to block me from the title, but who would’ve thought it…Owen Cruze knocks him off. And now, Xander, he’s not even here. Can’t even show himself. I haven’t seen him backstage. Well, I’ve beaten Owen Cruze clean, shoulders to the mat, before Under Attack. Give me my rematch whoever the hell is in charge. Let Owen get through Penguin…and Kim…and then give him me. Simple as that. Let him then go for his revenge. Let others like that cheap Adam Allocco rip off Asher Hayes wait.”

Allocco shrugs.

Allocco: “And even if you don’t like me…tell me how I haven’t proven myself. I beat Gavin before he had his little big night. You want to see if it’s a fluke. Let me fall on my face and you can laugh at me like you were before. The fact is that I’m the best you got. For money, for ratings, for match quality…and for legitimacy! My story just got shut down for a bit. And I’ll get it back on track-“

Winters: “But about that…part of what’s been behind all of this is that Xander Valentine knew something about you that he wanted you to suffer and now you’re just moving on. You’ve made it seem like you know-“

Allocco: “He was a petty asshole who held a grudge because I was an asshole back in the day. That’s all, okay! Stop asking! I…It doesn’t matter now. Xander is out of the way. I’m done talking about it. I’m focusing on one thing…getting back to where I should be. I’ve been the best man who wasn’t holding that title this year…and I’ll prove it tonight with my team just like I had, one on one, against the World Champion.”

Allocco smirks and nods and heads off.

Winters: “Allocco with some hop in his step. Things changing here in SCW. We’ll be back with more after this.”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

We cut back to the backstage area as Hairless Penguin steps forward, looking around.

Penguin: “I’m getting a title shot….I’m getting a title shot!”

Chapel storms in after him.

Chapel: “And it’s totally a trap. Looking to cut our legs out from under us. But no, we’re not going to let it happen. Little do they know. We’re in Houston. Yeah, Houston-“

Penguin: “I think they know what city they’re in.”

Chapel: “They THINK they do.”

Chapel nods.

Chapel: “Ace is going to be around. I’ll see him after-“

Bear: “Screw him!”

Chapel stops and turns to Bear as Bear turns to Chapel. Penguin looks at them. The silence is deafening.

Chapel: “Bear! Did you see the movie?! Huh! How about focusing on that-“

Bear: “Well they wouldn’t let us in. Didn’t accept the tickets!”

Chapel: “What?! Of course SCW would stoop to that. Even blocking us from seeing a MASSIVE movie that would INSPIRE my clients!”

Penguin: “Actually, the movie’s not out-“

Chapel sighs.

Chapel: “I’ll fix that. I have CONTACTS. I’m a big deal. So until then…here…”

Chapel grabs her phone. She then quickly moves her finger on the screen a bit before then handing it back.

Chapel: “Watch the trailer…on LOOP! Find your inner bear, Bear! We need to be ready for war!”

Penguin: “Oh no…”

Chapel: “And I’m going to wait for Ace. Maybe he’ll show up before your match.”

Chapel heads off.

Penguin: “How are we going to reach her-“

Bear: “Holy shit! This is awesome!”

The scene cuts away.

Datura, James Evans & Polly Playtime vs. Glory Braddock, Chance Owens & Josh Hudson

Trios Tournament Quarterfinals

The lights fade down, and the ramp is cast with a heavy backlight. The acoustic guitar of Royal and the Serpent’s “Happier in Hell” begins.

“I’m afraid of medication but I think I should be on it.
I keep trying meditation but if I’m being honest
Doing anything that’s good for me makes me want to vomit.
I’m sorry for the mess I made I’ll clean it in the morning.”

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and is a quarterfinals match in the Trios Tournament. First, on her way to the ring, from Tampa, Florida, she is Datura!”

From the light, the silhouette of Datura appears on the ramp. Her head is down, and her arms extend outward, her hands dancing to the rhythm of the music.

“I don’t need your help you can keep the
Gary Vees and Ted Talks to yourself.
I’m glad it’s going well but
I’ve been to heaven. It’s happier in Hell.”

Datura then steps forward and looks out at the crowd. She scans the crowd before turning to the ring. She then heads down the rampway to the ring. Datura runs over and rolls into the ring. She slowly gets up, looking across at her opponents as her music fades out.

Sharper: “First time Datura has been in the ring since losing the Adrenaline Championship. It will be interesting to see how her focus does her here.”

Lyman: “She tried to reach out to James Evans last week. She’s making waves with Bree Lancaster. We’ll see here.”

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot and then the words “START GAME” show up on SCW’s Jumbotron. A bunch of girls can be heard giggling before “C’est La Vie” by B*Witched begins to play.

The music plays for quite some time and it is not until it comes to the first chorus that Polly emerges from the backstage area wearing a frilly pink skirt and a very cute and fashionable strapless crop top that has black paw prints on it. The SCW Television Championship sits around her waist. She is carrying a personally made microphone, clearly wanting to make the world wait to see her. Colleen and Aisling walk out with her as Polly chooses to focus on only herself. The crowd boos as she arrives down at the ringside area. She walks up the steel steps and into the ring and is very careful to not show off any of her assets. She hands over her personalized microphone to Jason Phillips and tells him to announce her using ONLY that microphone. He looks at her and just shrugs before taking it.

Jason Phillips: “Here she is ladies and gentlemen. From Panguitch, Utah, she is the girl that just LOVES to play… the SCW Television Champion, Polly Playtiiiiime!”

She immediately snatches her microphone back away from him and nods, telling him “Good job”, before she heads to her assigned corner. It’s here that she begins to warm up for the upcoming matchup. Colleen and Aisling head over to the corner. Datura watches them.

Sharper: “Polly Playtime hoping this is the start of a rise. Colleen getting a title shot against Josh Hudson. Here undoubtedly for some research, but Polly Playtime now the TV Champion.”

Lyman: “The Playgirls starting to get things done.”

Knots: “And hoping to do more with Polly winning tonight.”

The opening of “I Still Burn" can be heard blaring through the PA system. The camera will pan through the curtain as the face of James Evans appears, igniting a positive reaction from the crowd, as they shower him in cheers. The camera remains on James as he breaks through the curtain. The cheers intensify as James looks out at the crowd.

"Don't tell me I don't need this anymore

'Cause underneath I'm never satisfied"

James slowly makes his way to the ring, as images of him winning various championships and hitting various moves appear on the screen. James reaches the ring and makes his way up the ring steps, before turning and facing the crowd.

Phillips: “Their partner, from New York City, New York, he is James Evans!”

"Yeah, I'll take the punishment
I never learn
I never learn
Yeah, I believe in it
I bleed for it
Sacrifice it all for it
My soul still stirs
And I still"

James then steps into the ring and walks to the center of it, removing his black hoodie, maintaining his focus.

"I still burn
Even when they think I'm at my end

James then goes to the corner and sits on the top turnbuckle, his back to the crowd, as the screen shows James powerbombing Ace Marshall through the barricade, as well as James lifting the SCW World title above his head, as his music comes to an end.

Sharper: “James Evans getting reminders of what he’s done in the past. But he’s got to focus on the future and right now, getting on the same page as Polly and Datura.”

Knots: “James and Datura have had that back and forth. Polly better get on board. That’s what I’d say.”

The first chords of "Immortal" by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play over the PA system...)

Phillips: “Their opponents, first, from London, England, accompanied by Amelia Stone, she is The British Bombshell, GLORY BRADDOCK!

Glory Braddock steps out onto the stage, wearing her ring gear consisting of purple spandex pants, boots, and a purple top. She really does look like a million bucks and grins from ear to ear, gazing out at the crowd for a moment before making her way down the entrance ramp. Amelia Stone is a few strides behind her, holding her United Kingdom Championship.

The British Bombshell steps up the steel steps and then onto the ring apron. She poses momentarily on the apron, allowing people to take snapshots before stepping through the ropes and into the ring. Once in the ring Glory heads to the center of the ring and poses once more. Then the music dies down slowly. Amelia Stone heads over to her corner.

Knots: “There’s the self-proclaimed team leader.”

Lyman: “She has a point in one sense. She’s had some great success in this tournament. It’s more that I don’t know if its helpful.”

Sharper: “I don’t know if Glory cares. She’s focused on this image. This focus of her. And we also know she’s pissed off the World Champion, Owen Cruze.”

Jagged green lights play across the screen and the stage as a voice that can only belong to the one and only Chris Jericho belts out the words to "Wolves (at bay)". Spotlights move around near the entranceway and one of them catches someone's right arm in its beam.

Pushing and pushing
Giving me no choice
Humiliate, intimidate
Until I hit the breaking point

The spotlights are still moving around on the stage as the lights on the screen start forming a pattern. One of the moving spotlights dances across someone's left leg.

Back to the wall
Keeping the wolves at bay
Fight my way out
'Cause it's the only way

The lights on the screen settle into a final configuration spelling out the name "Chance Owens". The person in question comes out to stand on the stage under some of the spotlights.

Phillips: “Next, from Denver, Colorado, he is ‘Roadblock’ Chance Owens!”

Chance shields his eyes for a moment before heading down the ramp toward the ring. He reaches it and steps up. He enters the ring and immediately, Glory walks over to him, placing her arm around his shoulders and taking him over to his corner.

Sharper: “And Glory already trying to get her team on the same page.”

Knots: “The amount of this happening in the ring is stunning.”

Lyman: “You’ve had the last week, so you can tell, that people are starting to get serious here.”

“Duality” by Slipknot blares through the PA system. The cameras show the crowd who begin cheering before zooming in at the entrance way, where Josh Hudson steps out, holding his SCW United States Championship. He wears a sleeveless black hoodie as he slowly makes his way down the ramp.

Phillips: “Finally, from New York City, New York, he is the SCW United States Champion, Josh Hudson!”

He reaches the bottom of the ramp and he looks out to the crowd before making his way up the ring steps, and climbs into the ring. He goes to the bottom right hand corner, climbing to the top rope, and staring out at the crowd once again, as he lifts both fists into the air, earning more cheers before he climbs down and leans into the turnbuckle, waiting for the match to begin. Glory turns to him. Josh watches her as he places his US Title down.

Sharper: “And Josh and Glory eying each other. No love lost there. Nowhere close.”

Knots: “Glory even taking a shot at Josh last week too. So I want to see how this is going to work!”

Glory tells Josh to get out of the ring as we see Polly Playtime step out from her team. Glory smirks and then turns and pats Owens on the back. She motions for him to go. Owens turns and walks forward as Polly smirks. Glory exits to the apron and glances at Josh. Josh ignores her at first. Owens and Playtime circle the ring. They lock up and Polly spins around Owens and grabs him from behind and moves into a side headlock. She pulls up as Colleen keeps eying Josh. Chance pulls Polly to the ropes and then fires her off. Polly bounces off and Owen shoulders her down. Owen runs into the ropes. Polly rolls toward him. Chance hops over and bounces off the other side. Polly jumps up and hits an arm drag. Chance rolls through. Polly goes for a hip toss. Owens blocks it and then spins through with a hip toss of his own. Polly gets up. Chance scoops her up and slams her down. He bends over, only for Polly to boot him in the face. Chance rolls through. Polly gets up and Chance runs at him and Polly jumps up and hits a frankensteiner. Chance hits the mat. Polly turns and tags in James. James enters. Chance gets up and James runs at him and clotheslines him down.

Sharper: “And Polly tags out. James in. Hard clothesline.”

Lyman: “And already a quicker start than we’ve seen.”

James turns and Chance starts to get up and James kicks him in the ribs. He whips him across the ring. Chance bounces off. James hits a back elbow. He drops down for the pin.

Chance kicks out. James turns and Datura leans forward, clearly trying to get his attention. James shakes his head and turns back to Chance, who suddenly hits a jawbreaker. James staggers back. Chance rolls back and reaches up, tagging in Glory. Glory enters the ring and runs at James and kicks him in the ribs. She nails him with a hard forearm and then snapmares him down. She then hits a neck whip. James falls back. Glory goes for the pin.

James kicks out. Glory gets up first as James stirs and Glory grabs him and spins him around. She kicks him in the ribs and goes for a snap suplex. James however blocks it and then hoists Glory up and just lets go, dumping her onto her back.

Sharper: “James Evans powers out. Countering Glory.”

Lyman: “Two former World Champs going at it now!”

Glory rolls over and gets up and James moves in and shoulders Glory back into the corner. He rears back and shoulders her again and again. He steps back and whips her across the ring. James runs after. Glory jumps up and floats over and steps back. James stops at the corner. He turns back and runs at Glory and Glory hits a dropkick. She goes for the pin.

James kicks out again. He rolls over as Glory turns and gets up. She runs into the ropes and stomps him in the head. James rolls over. He gets up and Glory grabs him, but James again counters by turning and pushing her into his team’s corner. James reaches out as Datura tags in. Datura enters and James lets go and pushes Glory out into her. Datura takes her over with a side belly to belly suplex.

Sharper: “Datura and Evans working together. Side belly to belly!”

Knots: “Right into a pin!”

Datura goes for the pin.

Glory kicks out. Datura gets up. Glory rolls over and starts to stir. Datura walks over and grabs her and elbows her in the back of the head and then again. Glory staggers off and moves to Josh and tags him in. Josh looks at her and smirks. Glory points as Datura turns and motions to him. Josh slowly enters as Glory holds her head and neck and exits to the apron. Hudson walks forward as Datura then lunges and grabs Josh by the arm. He shoves her back. Datura spins around and runs at him and jumps up, nailing him with a couple of hard rights. Hudson shoves her back. Datura lands on her feet and runs at him again and Hudson goes low and hoists her up, back dropping her down.

Sharper: “Hudson and Datura going at it. Glory actually tagging in Hudson.”

Knots: “Reluctantly!”

Sharper: “And we’re seeing these two technical marvels going at it. And it’s not technical at all!”

Hudson turns and grabs at her, but Datura grabs the hand and pulls back on his fingers. Hudson yells out before kicking Datura in the ribs. Hudson whips Datura into the ropes. Datura bounces off and Hudson hits a back elbow. Datura pops up and turns around and walks into him but Hudson hits a fireman’s carry and takes her down before going for her head. Datura slips out and grabs his arm and locks in a hammerlock. She then tries to step up, flipping forward, but Hudson rolls with her and ends up on top of her.

Datura lets go and Hudson rolls over. Both get up and Datura hits a dropkick. She goes for the pin.

Hudson kicks out. Both get up and Datura walks into Hudson who hits an overhead belly to belly suplex. Datura rolls through and to the corner. Polly tags in and climbs to the top rope. Hudson turns and Polly dives off with a crossbody into a pin.

Hudson kicks out. Colleen looks on.

Sharper: “Polly in! Two count. You saw her go for the tag immediately. She remembers Under Attack.”

Lyman: “Josh pinned Polly to win the title, not Glory!”

Sharper: “Not to mention that Colleen is next in line.”

Hudson turns and Polly gets up and hits a shoot kick to the chest. Josh pops up and staggers back and moves to the ropes. Polly steps up and forearms him in the jaw and then again before running across the ring. She bounces off. Hudson steps up and goes for a clothesline, but Polly slides under. She gets up and Hudson turns as Polly hits a dropkick. Hudson hits the mat. Polly turns and runs to the ropes. Glory stands there and threatens to hit her. Polly stops and then glances back and goes for a moonsault, but Hudson gets his knees up. Polly falls back and winces and steps up only for Hudson to get up and muscle her up and into a jackhammer. He hooks the leg.

Polly kicks out. She turns as Hudson rolls off. He gets up and turns and Glory tags herself in. Hudson glances back as Glory enters. Polly gets up and Glory steps up and grabs her and hits a snap suplex.

Sharper: “Braddock now back in and of course picking up the pieces.”

Knots: “Just as Josh Hudson turned it around.”

Lyman: “Gotta love the pissing contest. I wonder what Chance Owens is thinking.”

Hudson exits as Polly stirs and Braddock grabs her and hoists her up and hits a back suplex. She hooks the leg.

Polly kicks out. She rolls over and Glory gets up. Polly moves to her hands and knees and Glory stomps her in the back of the head. Polly rolls over. Glory then steps on her face.

She steps off and walks around the ring. Polly starts to get up and Glory runs back over to her and kicks her in the ribs. She then moves her into the corner. Glory then rears back and goes to nail her, but Polly blocks it and then leans back and boots Glory in the chest. Glory rolls back. Polly climbs up to the top rope and then dives back with a corkscrew moonsault. The crowd roars. She stays on her.

Glory kicks out. Polly lets go and falls forward and into the corner, tagging in Datura. Datura enters the ring as Glory gets up and Datura spins around her and hits a snap German suplex into a bridge.

Glory rolls her shoulder up. Datura rolls over.

Sharper: “Glory getting a taste of Datura’s brand of offense. A hard German suplex!”

Lyman: “Just almost dumped her on her head.”

Glory starts to get up and Datura grabs her and turns and snapmares her over. She kicks her in the back. Datura runs forward and bounces off and runs at Glory. She hits a sliding clothesline. Datura goes for another pin.

Braddock kicks out. Both women get up and Datura forearms Glory in the jaw once and then again before getting her to the ropes and firing her across. Glory bounces off and Datura hoists her up, but Glory spins through and lands behind her. She shoves Datura forward. Datura bounces off and Glory hits a spinning heel kick. Datura hits the mat. She starts to get up and Glory grabs her and hooks her head and then grabs her leg and hits a fisherman’s suplex into a bridge.

Datura kicks out. Glory turns and moves to the corner. Datura rolls over and gets up and lunges at her, but Glory stomps her in the back of the head and then boots her in the head. Glory exits to the apron. She climbs to the top rope. Datura starts to get up and Glory dives off with the Prankster’s Paradise. Glory turns and hooks the leg.

Datura gets her shoulder up. Glory turns and tags in Hudson. She gets up and taunts him.

Braddock: “She’s down! Easy for you to win!”

Sharper: “Braddock taunting Hudson again. But Hudson ignoring!”

Lyman: “And going right for Datura.”

Datura starts to get up and Hudson grabs her from behind in a waistlock and hits a huge German suplex into a bridge.

Datura gets her shoulder up. She rolls over and turns. Hudson rolls over and goes to her. He grabs her and clubs her in the back once and then again before then pulling her back with a second German suplex into a bridge.

Polly springboards to the top rope and then dives onto him with a splash. The crowd ohs and Polly rolls over and snapping at him. She rolls to the floor, high-fiving Aisling and Colleen before Hudson rolls over. Datura crawls to the corner, tagging in Evans. Evans enters as Hudson gets up and he turns only for Evans to hit a huge spinning spinebuster.

Sharper: “Evans just hoisting Hudson up and that’s very different from Polly or Datura!”

Lyman: “Intended or not, the strategy worked! Evans drives Hudson to the mat!”

Evans turns and hooks the leg.

Hudson gets his shoulder up. Evans rolls off. He gets up and Hudson slowly rolls over. He crawls to the ropes and glances back before smirking and getting up and lunging at Evans who scoops him up and hits a powerslam. He hooks the leg again.

Hudson kicks out again. Evans gets up and drags Hudson up. He whips him into the corner. Evans runs after with a clothesline. Evans staggers back and then whips him across the ring to the opposite corner. Evans runs after him, but Hudson moves out of the way. Evans hits chest first and Hudson grabs him and hits a release German suplex. Evans rolls over. Hudson rolls over and turns as Evans starts to get up and Hudson turns and grabs Evans, but Evans rushes him back and Hudson runs into Glory. Glory falls to the floor. Evans then pulls him back only to hit a side belly to belly suplex of his own. He goes for the pin.

Hudson kicks out again. Both get up and Evans grabs him to tag in Polly, but Hudson instead spins him around and pulls him into an exploder suplex. He goes for the pin.

Evans kicks out. Glory tags in and climbs up to the top rope and as Evans stirs, Glory hits the London Plunge. She rolls him over and hooks the leg.

Sharper: “Glory hoping the suddenness will help. London Plunge! Cover!”

Polly breaks it up. Glory rolls off. She turns and tags in Chance. Chance enters as Evans rolls over. Chance then grabs him from behind and locks in a Katahajme! The crowd roars. Evans looks around and struggles as Chance Owens goes for the win. Glory turns and smirks as Owens pulls back. James reaches around, struggling. Owens keeps trying as the crowd roars, but then, Datura enters the ring and dropkicks Owens off. Datura gets up as Glory enters.

Sharper: “Datura saving James Evans! Chance Owens was looking to make his career!”

Lyman: “And Evans was struggling. He had no answer!”

Datura turns to Glory who nails her with a hard right and then another and another before spinning around and throwing her into the neutral corner. Glory then chops her in the chest before chopping her again. Glory turns and runs along the ropes and attempts a clothesline on Polly. Polly drops down to a knee. Glory turns and Polly grabs her and jumps off the middle rope and spins through into a twisting facebuster. Polly rolls through. Polly turns as Hudson enters and runs across the ring and nails her with a huge clothesline. Polly twists out of control and lands on her back. She rolls over as Hudson turns around and Datura runs at him and hits a jumping shining wizard-esque kick to the face. Hudson goes down. Datura rides him down and hammers away on him as the official attempts to get control. Evans sees this and then turns as Polly starts to get up with Glory stirring. Evans just looks down before grabbing Datura and throwing her off. Evans then motions for Datura to get out of the ring as Datura looks at him confused. Glory then grabs her and spins her out of the ring. Glory turns as Polly runs at her and jumps up, clotheslining her up and over. She goes over too. Evans sighs before suddenly Chance Owens pulls him down and rolls him up with a small package!

The crowd roars and erupts. James turns and looks up as Chance Owens looks on stunned.

Sharper: “What?!”

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via pinfall, Glory Braddock, Josh Hudson and Chance Owens!”

Sharper: “Chance Owens just rolled up James Evans.”

Knots: “What the hell was Evans doing?! He focused on Datura! Not Chance!”

Lyman: “He looked annoyed by the end, and it just got him caught. This is stunning! Chance Owens just pinned a former World Champion!”

Josh Hudson helps Owens up as James looks around. Hudson raises his arm. James Evans looks up as Polly turns to the ring. She climbs up to the apron. She just looks at James Evans stunned. Evans rolls to the floor. Polly turns to him as Aisling does too. James just walks past Aisling. Colleen remains focused on Hudson as Glory Braddock smirks at ringside, helped up by Amelia Stone. Datura turns as James walks past her. Datura looks at him as Glory raises his arm before holding one finger up. Hudson sticks with Owens in the ring as the crowd cheers him and the scene fades out.

COMMERCIALS

We return to Breakdown as James Evans walks backstage only to be turned around by Polly Playtime.

Playtime: “What the hell was that?”

Evans looks at her before looking over as Aisling and Colleen are with her.

Evans: “I lost.”

Playtime: “No…you pulled Datura off. You screwed us.”

Evans: “I was ending the unnecessary violence.”

Playtime looks at him confused.

Aisling: “Looks to me that you just didn’t want to win.”

Evans: “Not that way.”

Playtime: “What the hell?”

Datura: “Hey!”

Datura then walks into the scene. She pushes through and looks at Polly, Aisling and Colleen.

Datura: “I’ll talk to him. His problem was with me.”

Polly looks at Datura before turning and walking off with Aisling and Colleen. James Evans just looks at Datura.

James: “And what are you going to say?”

Datura: “So you’re trying to stop me. Unnecessary violence?”

Evans: “I said what I said. I didn’t need everyone in there.”

Datura: “Our entire sport is unnecessary violence! And it’s you, James Evans…the man who-“

Evans: “That man is dead. And if you understood that than what I did made perfect sense. And if you can’t figure that out, you’re a hell of a lot less interesting.”

Evans turns and storms off as Datura cocks her head. She watches him leave as Breakdown cuts to the ring.

“Party Time” Bambi Hurst vs. “The Anti Trend” Nate Krelle

“Happy Song” by Bring The Horizon fills the arena. That heavy metal guitar gearing up the crowd. Nate appears from the curtain wearing a leather jacket and shades. He pours water over his head as he walks cockily towards the ramp. He takes a drink of the water and spits it out throwing the bottle into the crowd.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a fifteen minute time limit. First, on his way to the ring, from Newcastle, England, he is The Anti Trend, Nate Krelle!”

He then holds out his arms wide and tells the camera that he's the best damn pro wrestler on the planet. Still with his arms out wide he walks towards the ring. He climbs up on the apron and turns around to face the crowd. He has a cocky net confident smirk on his face. He then climbs into the ring and walks around the ring arms back out wide spouting off random sentences towards the crowd. He then climbs the turnbuckle, gives a crotch chop and jumps back down into the ring.

Sharper: “He has a lot of confidence. Nate Krelle showing up in SCW.”

Lyman: “Ending the year by joining the Land of Supreme. Going to face off against another new signing. SCW continuing to bring in top talent to compete.”

“One More Time” by Daft Punk plays throughout the arena. Strobe lights flash on the entrance way. A few moments pass before Bambi Hurst walks out from the back, a hood covering her head, and her right around in the air. She then pulls out two glowsticks from her pockets and starts to dance on the stage.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Las Vegas, Nevada, she is Party Time, Bambi Hurst!”

Hurst makes her way to the ring, waving around. She then walks up the steel steps and then pulls down her hood. She enters the ring and does a dance with the glow sticks before then throwing the glow sticks out to the crowd. She looks around before taking off her hoodie and turning to Nate Krelle, ready to compete.

Sharper: “Two very different personalities. Party Time Bambi Hurst, ready to go. I’ve been told she’s got some unique offense.”

Knots: “Well already know Nate Krelle probably thinks he’s won. Already said he was the best. Time for him to prove it!”

The bell sounds. Nate Krelle then just steps forward and then goes to grab Bambi, but Bambi suddenly spins around him and pulls him down with a school boy.

Krelle kicks out. The crowd ohs. Both get up and Bambi forearms Krelle in the jaw. She nails him again and then kicks him in the ribs. She goes to whip him across, but Krelle spins through and sends her in. Bambi bounces off and Krelle clotheslines her down. Bambi rolls over to the ropes. She starts to get up and Krelle follows up with a kick to the ribs. He whips her into the corner. Bambi stops herself. Krelle runs after and Bambi jumps up and wraps her legs around the head of Krelle and snaps him face first into the corner. Bambi rolls over and turns and plays to the crowd a bit.

Sharper: “Bambi’s agility playing a key role here.”

Lyman: “As is Krelle’s confidence, or overconfidence.”

Bambi turns and runs at Krelle as he turns around and hits a running double knee to the ribs. She then throws him down to the mat and goes for the pin.

Krelle kicks out. She rolls off and gets up. Krelle gets up and turns and Bambi runs past him. Krelle turns as Bambi goes up and goes for a flying headscissors, but Krelle shrugs her off. Bambi lands on her feet and then turns and Krelle kicks her in the ribs and then boots her in the face. Bambi falls back and through the ropes to the apron. Krelle then walks over and steps through to the apron. He grabs her as she gets up and drops her with an apron DDT. The crowd ohs. Krelle sits on the apron as Bambi rolls to the floor. (1) Krelle rolls back into the ring.

Sharper: “And Krelle going for a big move. Hard DDT. Bambi just dropping to the floor.”

Lyman: “Knew he needed to stop her offense and did so in a big way.”

Krelle then slowly gets up as he looks around. He then smirks as he runs across the ring, bouncing off and Bambi gets up only for Krelle to dive over the top rope and onto Bambi with a Terminator Dive. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Over the top! Krelle goes high risk and it pays off!”

Knots: “Add the weight landing on Bambi. The size playing a role to add to the impact, the effectiveness!”

Krelle rolls over. (1) Bambi remains down. (2) Krelle slowly gets up and grabs her and pulls her up. (3) Krelle shakes his head.

Krelle: “Not letting you get the easy way out.”

Krelle rolls her into the ring. (4) Krelle slides in after. Bambi slowly crawls forward and gets up and Krelle walks over and grabs her and hoists her up and hits a back suplex. He turns and hooks the leg.

Bambi gets her shoulder up. Krelle rolls off. He looks up and turns to the official before turning and grabbing Bambi. Bambi rolls over. Krelle grabs her and clubs her in the back once and then again before placing her head between his legs. He smirks and hoists her up and turns and goes for a buckle bomb, but Bambi quickly counters with a frankensteiner, sending Krelle face first into the corner. He staggers back and Bambi gets up and turns and moves to the corner. She climbs up to the middle turnbuckle before diving off and hitting the Trap. The crowd ohs. Bambi turns and hooks the leg.

Krelle gets his shoulder up. He turns and rolls over as Bambi looks up. She then turns and looks around before diving onto him and then thrashing him with repeated rights and lefts as Krelle covers up.

Sharper: “My God! Just going after him. Hard rights. Hard lefts.”

Lyman: “Turning up the intensity here!”

Krelle keeps covering up as Bambi keeps hammering away before then getting up and stepping forward. She walks around the ring. Krelle rolls over. Bambi turns and waits for him to get up. Krelle slowly does and Bambi points and runs at him, but Krelle ducks down and spins around, grabbing her and hitting a snap tiger suplex. The crowd ohs. Bambi rolls through. Krelle slowly gets up and walks over to Bambi. He grabs her arm and pulls it up before then pulling her up into him and then dropping her with the NDE. The crowd ohs. Krelle turns and hooks the leg.

Bambi just gets her shoulder up. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Only two. The NDE planted Bambi. Krelle got it flush, but Bambi got that shoulder up.”

Lyman: “You only get one debut. You want to start off your SCW career on the right foot.”

Knots: “Both know that and damn it, they’re going hard. So I like that!”

Krelle looks up and then grabs Bambi. He slowly pulls her up and clubs her in the back once and then again before pulling her up and into his arm. Krelle looks around before hoisting her up and dropping her with the F’in Krelle. The crowd ohs. Krelle rolls her over and hooks the leg.

The bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Nate Krelle!”

Sharper: “And Krelle with an impressive maneuver. The F’in Krelle! And it gets the three.”

Knots: “Krelle starts off with a win. Bambi Hurst is going to have to find another time to party. Won’t be here in Houston!”

Krelle gets up and looks out at the crowd. He then poses for a moment before then smirking. He pulls away from the official as he walks around the ring, admiring his work. The camera remains on him for several moments before we cut away.

Lexy Chapel is shown outside of the back entrance of the Toyota Center. She sighs before turning and goes to head inside. As she does, Asher Hayes walks out from the back.

Chapel: “Excuse me!”

Hayes: “By all means…”

Hayes moves out of the way as Chapel goes to walk past him.

Hayes: “You know he’s probably gone.”

Chapel: “What?”

Hayes: “Ace…he’s probably gone. Always was an asshole and a bit of a flake.”

Chapel: “YOU don’t know him. He’s just on a spiritual journey! To be enlightened and SCW is PREVENTING him from being here. Okay?!”

Hayes: “Whatever.”

Chapel goes to turn back and Asher again stops her by speaking.

Hayes: “Wish Penguin my luck. Him winning the title…that would be cool.”

Chapel looks at Hayes weird before turning and heading into the building. Hayes watches and turns before looking out and taking a deep breath of fresh air before Breakdown cuts to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage, Bree Lancaster is shown, now in her non-wrestling attire, walking down the hallway. She stops over to a door and knocks on the door. A few moments pass before Jamison Logan opens the door. Bree looks at him.

Logan: “Bree…ah…”

Lancaster: “Just coming around.”

Logan: “I see that. Just weird after…the match…and yeah.”

Lancaster: “We were against each other. We were professionals and you showed some nice thinking on your feet.”

Logan: “Thanks.”

Lancaster: “I also saw how you took it to Syren. That’s no easy feat. Just…I saw that you got that note last week.”

Logan: “Don’t worry about it.”

Lancaster: “I’m not about that, but I did want to say you showed you should be here out there. And yeah, my team won…but not without a hell of a fight.”

Logan: “Thanks.”

Lancaster nods. Logan smiles a bit as Lancaster pats him on the back and then starts to head off.

La Pequena Luz, Hairless Penguin & Calvan Greene vs. Nicole Kinneck, Owen Cruze & Ravyn Taylor

Trios Tournament Quarterfinals

The crowd roars as jaunty and generic royalty free music begins to play throughout the arena. On the big screen, a unicorn gallops across a beautiful, flowery field, leaving petals exploding into the air underneath its hooves. It gets closer to the camera as it prepares to fly off, but not before evacuating its bowels, which take the form of letters in a bubble font, reading:

HAPPY FARMSTEAD FRIENDS

From behind the curtain, Dancing Bear awkwardly moonwalks out onto the stage. Following close behind is Hairless Penguin, clad in his mask and a furry black and white coat that runs all the way to his feet, plus a moderately priced steel string guitar held over his shoulder. The two make their way to the center of the stage before Lexy Chapel makes her way out behind them, squeezing in between them to take her place on center stage. She physically and literally presents them with her arms at her sides. They both hand her their titles. Hairless Penguin poses stoically and Dancing Bear flosses. After a moment of fantastical posing, they begin to make their way down the ramp.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and is a quarterfinals match in the Trios Tournament. First, on his way to the ring, accompanied by Dancing Bear and Lexy Chapel, from the Happy Farmstead, he is Lexy Chapel Presents the Hairless Penguin!”

Lexy barks at Dancing Bear to keep dancing as he jigs down the ramp with Hairless Penguin playing guitar along to the royalty free music. Hairless Penguin makes his way up the steps and into the ring, holding his guitar into the air. Behind him, Dancing Bear struggles to get into the ring because he's in an oversized bear suit, but he eventually gets there. Lexy takes her place on the outside of the ring, searching for the nearest child to remind them to tell their parents to buy some Happy Farmstead Friends merchandise. Hairless Penguin hands his furry coat and guitar off to the timekeeper before taking his place in the corner. Dancing Bear comes along and puts his arm around Hairless Penguin as their royalty free music begins to fade.

Sharper: “This match took on new meaning after the announcement earlier. Owen Cruze will defend the SCW World Championship against Hairless Penguin at End of the Year Special. Who will be across the ring tonight – Owen Cruze.”

Knots: “Yeah, but that may only happen if Lexy Chapel can be controlled!”

“Believe In Tomorrow” by Sunflower’s Garden begins to play as bright white lights begin flickering on and off on the stage in rhythm with the music. La Pequeña Luz skips out onto the stage with the kind of smile that could light up an entire room all on its own plastered to her face, dancing a bit to her theme song and waving her arms in an attempt to get the crowd pumped up, drawing cheers.

Phillips: “Next, his partner, accompanied by Amelia Blythe, from Tulancingo, Hidalgo, Mexico, she is La Pequena Luz!”

As she looks down towards the ring, the smile fades as something seems to flicker through her mind, but she’s snapped out of the trance as Amelia Blythe slowly makes her way out, placing a comforting hand on Luz’s shoulder. With a quick kiss to her cheek, Luz’s smile returns as the two proceed to lock hands before heading down to the ring, Amelia trying her best to keep up with Luz’s energetic skipping. Once they reach ringside, Luz pulls Amelia into a brief but passionate kiss before letting her go as she hops up onto the apron, grabbing the top rope before vaulting herself into a somersault into the ring, landing on her feet. Luz begins skipping around the ring, motioning once more for the fans to make some noise as they answer this call while Amelia takes her place in Luz’s corner on the floor, chuckling to herself and shaking her head at Luz’s energy. Luz removes her robe and hands it off to Amelia, who gives some last minute advice and words of encouragement as she does so.

Sharper: “Returned to the ring a couple of weeks ago and big stakes here. Big opportunity.”

Lyman: “Win tonight, win the rest of the tournament, and you get a tag title shot or whatever else you want. This is a lifechanging tournament if you play your cards right and have a bit of luck.”

"Die another day" begins to play throughout the arena to a small pop from the audience as his name pops up on the screen. Calvan runs out from the back before stopping at the stage, wearing a mask. He raises his arms up and nods emphatically with the crowd happy with the acknowledgement. Slamming one arm down he runs down the ramp.

Phillips: “And finally, making his way to the ring, from Orange County, California, Calvan Greene!”

Reaching the bottom of the ramp, he slides in under the bottom rope before running past Phillips while giving him two thumbs up. He jumps up onto the turnbuckle before removing his shades and throwing them into the crowd. Removing his classic fur coat in a rather provocative manner he proceeds to toss at ringside where it completely covers up one of the Spanish announcers. He points out at the crowd and winks before jumping down and leaning into the turnbuckle in anticipation. He turns around and then just walks right into Dancing Bear, falling down on his ass. He looks around, tugging at his mask.

Sharper: “And Calvan Greene rounding out the team. He’s won this tournament before.”

Lyman: “Not while wearing a mask though.”

Sharper: “Is he trying to fit in?”

Knots: “Well not helping by walking into Bear. Did he even put it on right?”

The camera cuts to the crowd where we see a group of red-shirted security walking in through one of the ground-level entrances. They line up in front of the fans for a moment and seem to be holding them back. Then the lights go out leaving the arena in complete darkness. The screen fills with images of Franklin D. Roosevelt’s inaugural address.

“So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is—”

There’s a record scratch before a deep voice fills the arena.

“INFAMOUS!”

The opening of “Open Your Eyes” by Guano Apes hits the PA system.

“Hide your face forever

The song gets stuck on the word and is then interrupted by the deep sound of the voice of Marilyn Manson.

“Just lay your head in daddy’s lap

“Bad Girl” by Avril Lavigne hits the PA system as we cut to the backstage. We see Ravyn Taylor walking the corridors, accompanied by Alexander Crowe. Ravyn has her ring-gear on, and most notably her ring jacket. We can hear the boos from the live crowd as we follow the trio walking backstage. We then cut to the shot of the doorway again where we see Ravyn Taylor walk through. She pauses, but doesn’t have the confident smirk on her face. She then looks around and takes a deep breath before beginning to walk to the ring.

We follow the duo as they make their way down toward ringside, with security keeping fans back in the aisles. Ravyn doesn’t seem at all distracted by the noise and movement of people around her however, keeping her eyes focused on the ring. She gets to the barricade and pauses. Alexander Crowe grabs her by the arms and lift her up and over. She jumps down the other side and smirks again as she starts to walk toward the ring.

Phillips: “Their opponents, first, representing Infamous and being accompanied by Alexander Crowe, hailing from Hell, Michigan, she is the Bad, Bad Girl, this is Ravyn Taylor!”

Ravyn steps up the ring steps, pausing for a moment before encouraging Jason Phillips to walk over toward her. She points to the ropes, telling him to sit on the middle rope to lower it for her. He hesitates before doing exactly that, and she responds by vaulting over the top rope and just smirking at him. She then casually removes her jacket, tossing it into the corner before climbing the turnbuckles on the left camera side and looking out toward the camera.

Sharper: “Ravyn looked a bit concerned to start before getting back into it.”

Knots: “She’s got Nicole Kinneck as her partner. We’ve not seen her since as she put it, the experiment worked, but as part of it, CHBK seemed to be staying home. And he’s not here. Ravyn’s lost a lot for this.”

Lyman: “And now she’s facing more consequences. Kinneck, with what appears to be Pro in the driver’s seat, is her partner in the Trios Tournament.”

As the arena lights cut, a video package opens up on the big screen, showing a dim lit corridor with one strip of light flickering in the background. The noise of several people crying and screaming can be heard in the background as the sound of a metal door slamming echoes around the arena. Moments later, a figure on the screen tied up in a straight jacket can be seen from behind, being drug along the corridor by two burly men. The jacketed figure is kicking and struggling to break free as they disappear into the darkness at the end of the corridor. The video package cuts and "I'm So Sick" by Flyleaf hits the PA system as a blinding white strobe light begins to flicker on and off rapidly. Ravyn Taylor turns to the stage and then pulls herself to the floor.

Beyond the strobe lights, we suddenly see Nicole Kinneck with her head lowered and dragging her feet while a straight jacket confines her upper body. The pants she wears, tailored to fit, are the old wrestling pants of none other than the famous Dillusion.

I will BRREEEEAAAKKK!!

As the word "BREAK!!" screams through the PA system, pyros explode around Nicole as she too screams and rips off the straight jacket. Her hand flies to her head, grabbing a fist full of hair as she screams the second "BREAK!!" in the song.

Phillips: “Next, from St. Louis, Missouri, she is Nicole Kinneck!”

Nicole makes her way down the ramp occasionally pulling at her hair in frustration. As she makes it to the bottom of the ramp, Nicole lashes out at one of the fans, making them jerk away in fear. She smirks before turning with a skip and climbing the steps up to the apron. She enters the ring, ignoring Penguin, and instead, running across the ring at Ravyn. Ravyn backs up as Crowe steps in fronto f her. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “And Kinneck, Pro, right for Ravyn!”

Lyman: “And Ravyn is hiding behind Crowe!”

Knots: “She’s scared! She’s actually scared!”

The opening rifts to The Black Adam Theme kick in, as mist fills the entranceway. The music stops, a huge explosion rocks the entranceway and Owen jumps, seemingly through the floor and landing on his feet, dropping to one knee and punching the floor. The SCW World Championship is around his waist. Owen gets to his feet, and looks left and right at the reaction he is getting, a look of focus and determination on his face as he takes in the crowd.

Phillips: “And finally, from Miami, Florida, he is the SCW World Champion, Owen Cruze!”

With real intensity, he begins the walk down to the ring, slapping the hand of anyone who offers, a laser show accompanying him alll the way to the bottom of the ramp before he then slides in and under the bottom rope, before standing in the middle of the ring his arms outstretched, beams of light focussing now on only him. Owen points to the turnbuckle and then runs towards it, bouncing on the middle ropes and back flipping backwards, landing on both feet. Owen pulls on the top rope a couple of time, applauding the fans as his music fades. Penguin steps up looking at Owen as Owen then sees Nicole still trying to get at Ravyn, now moving along the ropes. Owen walks over and tries to stop her. Nicole turns and shoves him. Owen staggers back.

Sharper: “And Owen Cruze is here. Penguin is stepping up. He wants to start, but this match may not get started. Kinneck is still incensed, focusing on Ravyn!”

Lyman: “And Ravyn still is standing behind Crowe.”

Knots: “Wait…look! Look at Crowe’s back. His waist.”

The camera gets a shot, revealing something tucked in his waist.

Sharper: “Is that a taser? What Ravyn found out worked. You don’t think-“

Dillusion jogs down from the back at this point as the crowd roars. Owen tries again to get Nicole away, only for Nicole to turn and nails him with a shot to the jaw. Owen falls back and rolls over. Penguin runs over and helps him up. Lexy snaps at Penguin. Owen turns to him and the two talk as Penguin nods and gets up. Owen slowly gets up only to turn to the side as Dillusion walks over to Crowe and Ravyn and steps ahead of them. Pro snaps at him.

Pro: “Get out of the way, Dill-hole!”

Dillusion: “Pro…calm down. You can get your revenge later. What about Ducky? Wouldn’t she want another birthday bash?”

Pro turns away and is annoyed as Owen glances over. Dillusion motions to Nicole to exit the ring and she obliges. Ravyn backs away as Owen turns to the official. The bell sounds and Owen and Penguin then shake hands. Lexy Chapel looks in the ring before Dancing Bear elbows her in the side. Lexy turns to him. Lexy turns back.

Sharper: “Finally this match is starting.”

Knots: “Hairless Penguin and Owen Cruze shaking hands!”

Lyman: “And we kick off this match with a preview of the World Title match at End of the Year Special!”

Penguin and Cruze lock up in the middle of the ring. The crowd roars. They push back on one another and Penguin turns into a side headlock. Cruze reaches around and pulls him back into the ropes and fires him into the ropes. Penguin bounces off and Cruze goes for a back elbow. He hits it. He goes for the pin.

Penguin kicks out. Both get up and Cruze grabs him and hits a headlock takedown. Penguin manages to get a headscissors and Cruze nips out. Both get up and Penguin chops Cruze. Penguin then wrenches his arm. Cruze flips forward and bridges up before getting up and cartwheeling through, only to then takes Penguin down with a snapmare. He again forces him down with a lateral press.

Penguin kicks out again. Both get up and Cruze grabs Penguin into a side headlock. He pulls Cruze back to the ropes and fires him off. Cruze bounces off and Penguin goes for a shoulder. Cruze shoulders him down. He runs into the ropes. Penguin rolls towards him. Cruze flips over him. He gets up and Penguin gets up. Cruze runs at him and Penguin hooks his arm and ducks under and into a baseball slide.

Sharper: “Baseball slide as Penguin showing he can hang.”

Lyman: “He’s been improving month to month. He just needs to the confidence.”

Knots: “Get Chapel to transplant some of hers to him.”

Cruze kicks out. Both get up and Cruze goes for a dropkick. Penguin side steps and then goes for an elbow drop. Cruze rolls out of the way. Penguin gets up and Cruze hits a dropkick. Penguin hits the mat and Cruze goes for the pin.

Penguin kicks out. Both get up and Cruze hits a hip toss. Penguin rolls over and moves to the corner. Cruze runs at him and clotheslines him. He then whips him across the ring. Penguin hits the other corner. Cruze runs after and Penguin gets an elbow up. Owen stumbles back and Penguin then hits a cartwheel and then jumps up with a clothesline. He then looks at Owen a bit surprised. He then turns and goes for the pin.

Sharper: “Some flourish from Penguin. There’s some of that confidence.”

Knots: “Or a happy accident.”

Cruze kicks out again. Both get up and Penguin forearms Cruze in the jaw once and then again. He grabs him by the head and hits a vertical suplex. Penguin turns and goes to the corner. He glances back and climbs up to the top rope. Cruze, however gets up and runs to the corner and jumps to the middle rope before twisting in the air, grabbing Penguin and driving him down with a powerbomb. The crowd ohs. Cruze stacks him up.

La Pequena Luz breaks it out. Cruze rolls off. Penguin rolls over. Cruze starts to get up as Penguin rolls to his corner. Cruze turns to him as Ravyn keeps watching Nicole, who keeps eying Ravyn, while pacing as Dillusion keeps talking to her at ringside.

Sharper: “Only two as Luz breaks it up and now the team component coming into play.”

Lyman: “But Penguin may have gotten a bit too cocky there. And he better reign that in. Or he’ll open himself up to Cruze and at End of the Year Special, no one is running in to stop the pin.”

Owen turns as Nicole then moves to the corner. Penguin tags in Calvan Greene. Greene enters and runs at Owen, but Calvan misses badly. He stops and straightens his mask out before turning around and Owen dropkicks him down. Calvan hits the mat and gets up. Owen runs into the ropes and Nicole climbs onto the apron, leading Ravyn to reach out and tag herself in. Owen stops and turns as Ravyn enters the ring. Calvan gets up and Ravyn grabs him by the mask and throws him into the corner. Ravyn then grabs the mask and pulls it around so the back of it is on Calvan’s face.

Calvan: “Ah! I’m blind! I’m blind-OW!”

Ravyn then nails him with a series of hard forearm shots. Calvan Greene tries to cover up as Ravyn keeps forearming him.

Ravyn backs up and walks around the ring. Greene staggers out. He swings wildly before Ravyn smirks before then turning and running at Penguin, knocking him off with a forearm shot. She goes to nail Luz, knocking her down. She then runs along the ropes. Calvan staggers around and Ravyn runs at him and nails him with the Bust of Pallas. The crowd ohs. Ravyn drops down for the pin.

Calvan kicks out. Ravyn rolls off. Calvan rolls over and manages to get to the ropes. At this point, Luz reaches in and pulls his mask off and then looks at it. Luz shakes his head as Calvan looks around.

Greene: “I can see! It’s a miracle!”

Greene turns as Ravyn then runs over and stomps him in the face. Calvan rolls to the ropes.

Sharper: “Well Luz getting that mask off of Greene. More trouble than its worth.”

Knots: “Guess no repeat of Team SUP with Team Mask.”

Sharper: “Not unless we’re going to say Jamie Kennedy is Jim Carrey!”

Ravyn stomps him again and Calvan rolls to the apron. He starts to get up and Ravyn grabs him and pulls him by the hair. He yells out and then manages to jump up and hit a pump kick to the head. Ravyn stumbles back. Calvan holds his head. He then steps through the ropes and pushes off the middle rope as Ravyn steps up and Calvan grabs her and hits a tornado DDT. Calvan turns and hooks the leg.

Ravyn kicks out. She rolls over and gets up as Calvan walks over and poses briefly before kicking her in the back of the head with an enziguri kick. Ravyn hits the mat. Calvan then hits a breakdance leg drop before rolling her over for the pin.

Nicole then enters and just bull rushes Calvan, tackling him off. Calvan rolls through as Nicole turns as Ravyn backs away to the ropes. She starts to get up and Nicole rushes at her. Ravyn sidesteps and sends Nicole to the apron. Nicole gets up and Ravyn then tags her in. Ravyn drops down and rolls to the floor. The crowd looks on as Nicole looks at her before Calvan suddenly runs over and pulls Nicole into the ring. Nicole rolls over and Calvan then turns and smiles before running into the ropes, but Nicole gets up and immediately goes for the eyes and rakes Calvan’s face. Calvan yells in pain and turns as Nicole hits a throat punch. Calvan falls back, coughing. He rolls over and to his corner, tagging in Luz.

Sharper: “Nicole quickly dispatching Calvan Greene who didn’t recall how violent Pro is!”

Knots: “Now this should be interesting. La Pequena Luz…can she deal with Nicole.”

Lyman: “I’m surprised Calvan didn’t get Penguin in there. Try to force Ducky out.”

Sharper: “Right now, Ravyn is counting on Pro being distracted by defending herself in this match!”

Ravyn looks on as Owen looks on too as Luz enters the ring and Nicole immediately grabs her and nails her with a couple of hard rights. Luz shoves her back. Nicole stops herself from falling back before then swinging with a couple of right and left haymakers. Luz ducks each of them before then jumping up and hitting a dropkick. Nicole hits the mat. She gets up and Luz jumps up and wraps her legs around her head and hits a headscissors takedown. Nicole rolls through and gets up. She gets up and swings again, but Luz catches the arm and jumps up and takes her down with a crucifix into a pin.

Nicole kicks out again. Both get up and Luz nails her with a hard overhead chop before grabbing her arm and running up the corner. Nicole however jerks on the arm and Luz flips through, landing hard on her back. Nicole then turns and rushes Ravyn, knocking her off. Ravyn falls off and Nicole tries to come out of the ring. Owen however stops her and Nicole keeps trying to get through before Luz runs up behind her hits a bridging tiger suplex.

Owen slingshots in with a splash, breaking it up. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “And Owen trying to keep the peace over in his corner and now breaking up the pin.”

Lyman: “And Nicole may be the wild card. Can they figure out a way to control her enough so she’s not a liability.”

Knots: “Good luck there.”

Nicole rolls over as Luz turns. Owen exits the ring as Ravyn nods to him. Owen points to Nicole as Ravyn shrugs before Luz gets up and Nicole stirs. Luz then looks over at her corner before grabbing Nicole and running her into their corner. Nicole turns as Luz walks over and tags in Penguin. Luz then says something to Penguin. Penguin looks at her before slowly entering, but Lexy then taps Bear on the shoulder. Chapel pushes Bear to the ring. Bear starts to climb up and talk to Nicole. Nicole turns and looks at him, but Penguin pulls her away. He then scoop slams her down. Nicole rolls over and Penguin grabs her, but Nicole manages to hit a jawbreaker. Penguin stumbles back to the corner. Nicole turns and gets up and turns to Dancing Bear who looks at Lexy and then back as Nicole’s demeanour starts to change. She then runs over and jumps the top rope and lands on Bear. Bear fails to catch her, instead going down.

Ducky: “BEAR!”

Ducky, now in the driver’s seat, starts to hug Bear as the official counts. (1)

Sharper: “And looks at like Pro gone. Ducky back in the driver’s seat.”

Lyman: “Saw Bear and just changed and look at Ravyn!”

Sharper: “The smile says it all.”

Ravyn smirks as Penguin looks over. (2) Ducky then rolls off as Bear pushes her off and starts to get up. (3) Lexy starts to talk to her as just then, Luz walks over and grabs Ducky and points to the ring. (4) Lexy turns to Luz and steps over to her as Ducky rolls into the ring.

Ducky: “Penguin!”

Ducky runs over and goes to hug Penguin. She even tackles him down.

Penguin kicks out. Ducky rolls off and Penguin gets up only for her to stagger over to the ropes and Ravyn tags herself in. Ravyn enters and runs at Penguin and hits a roaring elbow. The crowd ohs. Ravyn goes for the pin.

Penguin shoots his shoulder up as Luz starts to slide in as Chapel glares at her.

Sharper: “Ravyn just nearly stole this. Penguin was still focused on Ducky!”

Knots: “Have to take advantage of what you can manipulate with Ravyn!”

Ravyn rolls over and turns as goes to Penguin. Penguin gets up and Ravyn grabs him and pulls him down before hooking his head. He tries for a sleeper hold of some sort, but Penguin manages to snapmare her over. Penguin falls back into the corner. Luz gets up as Calvan high-fives Penguin and points to Ravyn. He nods. Penguin turns to him as he steps onto the middle rope and looks around only for Ravyn to run over and jump up and grab him and hits the Evolutionary Synthesis causing him to land nearly on his head and flip over to his back. The crowd ohs. Ravyn turns and goes to go for the pin, but Penguin shoves her off. Ravyn rolls through and gets up. Penguin then turns and runs across the ring and bounces off only for Ducky to jump up to the apron and grab him. Penguin tries to get free before Dancing Bear heads over. Penguin yells at her to get off and Owen tries to get Ducky to stop. Ravyn then turns as the official counts.

Penguin shakes her off and Ducky falls back and into Lexy Chapel who is also berating her. The crowd ohs. Ducky rolls through. Penguin falls over as Ravyn then turns and runs over and boots him in the face. Luz looks on from the apron, much like Owen, but just then, Dancing Bear runs around the ring and Ducky gets up and Bear just plows her over. Ducky rolls through and over as Bear looks at her.

Bear: “Stay away from her!”

The bell then sounds. Ducky then turns to Dancing Bear as Bear looks at her and then to the ring. The official points to Bear and then to Ducky, Owen and Ravyn. Ravyn smirks. Penguin drops to his knees and looks over.

Phillips: “Fans, the official of the match has disqualified the team of La Luz Pequena, Hairless Penguin and Calvan Greene. Therefore, you winners are Owen Cruze, Ravyn Taylor and Nicole Kinneck!”

The crowd boos as Dancing Bear looks around. Penguin turns to him. Amelia Blythe is now over by Lexy and Bear. Bear turns to her as Amelia gets in his face. Nicole Kinneck however gets up, incensed, now with Pro back in the driver’s seat to protect Ducky.

Sharper: “Ducky fell off into Lexy Chapel! And Dancing Bear just took her out!”

Lyman: “Protecting Lexy. We’ve never seen him like that!”

Knots: “Seeing the trailer was enough to change him!”

Sharper: “Ducky loved Bear and now…oh God…look! Look!”

Nicole Kinneck grabs one of the office chairs from the timekeeper and lifts it up before turning and throwing it at Dancing Bear, nailing him in the back. The crowd ohs as Bear halls to the ground, yelling in pain. Amelia Blythe just watches him go down as Penguin drops down before looking at Chapel and Bear as Nicole Kinneck seethes. Owen Cruze looks on as Penguin looks at him.

Penguin: “Please don’t kill me before I get my title shot! PLEASE!”

Nicole Kinneck just looks at him and then to Owen as Ravyn Taylor smiles. La Luz Pequena talks to the official as the scene fades to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we open up at the back entrance of the building. Xander Valentine walks through the back door with Artemis by his side. The crowd roars. He takes a few steps before walking forward. We then notice Jaina Lancaster off to the side. She turns and heads over to him.

Sharper: “Xander Valentine is here! He’s arrived!”

Jaina Lancaster heads over to him.

Lancaster: “Xander! We didn’t expect you. Adam Allocco said you weren’t here and security confirmed it-“

Xander: “Well I am here…And…I will be any time that son of a bitch appears. Owen Cruze may have taken the title and so he may have an open path again. But I will not rest until Adam Allocco truly pays for what he did. And I won’t let him rest either.”

Xander then walks forward, past Jaina. Artemis follows. They head further into the building.

We then cut to the corporate suites in the Toyota Center. Jenni Anderson is there with Jessica Winters joining her.

Winters: “Xander Valentine arriving just before our final match of the night. But I wanted to take some time and join Jenni Anderson. Jenni, you’ve been quiet the last few weeks out side of wanting to see Calvan Greene taken out but even then, you’ve been less active than before.e”

Anderson: “What’s wrong with being patient? Doing research? I moved too quick with Tsunami and how did that work out. I still have my goals. They’ve just gotten bigger. And right now, I’m doing due diligence and what better way to do that…then watch…and watch virtually the whole roster, like I can tonight.”

Anderson smiles.

Anderson: “Just remember Jessica…the Queenpin always gets what she wants. And she knows what she wants.”

Anderson smiles.

Winters: “Thank you for your time. Back to the ring for our main event!”

Kimberly Williams, The One & Adam Allocco vs. Konrad Raab, Alexis Quinne & Selena Frost

Trios Tournament Quarterfinals

BELIEVE IT!

The SCW Universe are on their feet as “Kings and Queens” by Ava Max as plays throughout the arena, snow “falling” along the electronic floor and screens as, out from the back walks the Snow Queen, Selena Frost, taking in the crowd of the SCW Universe. The SCW World Tag Team Championship is around her waist.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and is the final Trios Tournament quarterfinals match. First, on her way to the ring, from Nome, Alaska, by way of New York City, New York, she is one half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions, the Snow Queen, Selena Frost!”

Slowly, Selena shifts her head, her sapphire eyes locked towards the ring as she lifts her front hand gracefully, extending it towards the ring, palm upward, her back arm lifted behind her to the sky. With a lift of her right foot, she suddenly slams it down into the ground, causing a crack like ice to form and sprint down the ramp and towards the ring!

Lowering her arms, the Winter’s Knight walks down the ramp, her steps leaving footprints in the “snow” under her feet. Reaching the ring, Selena goes up the steps and under the ropes to enter it. Once inside and in the center of the ring, she lifts her hand up to give a twirl as the lights form to make a massive snowflake under her. Stopping her spin and lowering her hand back down, towards the audience, once again palm upright, a smirk graces her lips, her other arm lifting to the sky once more. With a slam of her foot, Selena caused the snowflake at her feet to “crack” as the rampway did, the shards of ice streaking out to all four corners of the ring to shoot out blue sparkles of light as the lights return to normal. She hands off her World Tag Team Championship belt.

Sharper: “Selena Frost coming out here in our final Trios Tournament match of the night. We’ll find out the final team, and Selena Frost going to have a unique team on one end, and she’ll face one.”

Lyman: “We’ll see how she does with Alexis Quinne and Konrad Raab as her partners.”

Knots: “A bit different than teaming with your wife.”

The eyes all focus on the stage. The lights grow dim. Opening strum of Rage Against the Machine's Calm Like a Bomb plays. White house lights illuminate the ramp.

The house lights turn blue, red, green, etc. Alexis Quinne steps out through the curtains. She is dressed in a black and red baseball jersey along with a matching sugar mask with white trim. The jersey has "VOVAYGERS" plastered in the front. Alexis slowly turns around, revealing "Quinne" on the back and the number 0 underneath. While doing so, she removes her mask, before turning back around. Quinne starts heard down to the ring.

Phillips: “Next, her partner, coming down to the ring, from San Francisco, California, she is Alexis Quinne!”

Alexis tosses her mask into the crowd while approaching the ring. She extends her arms, clenching her fist, which occasionally touch some of the fans. Reaching ringside, the camera does the classic rotation that it used to do for her entrances. She gets to ringside and faces the audience. The crowd roars. Alexis ascends up the steel steps. She rest her head on top of the turnbuckle before climbing up the turnbuckle and raises her fist in the air. The crowd cheers and Alexis peers at the crowd She jumps into the ring and takes off her jersey. From there, she climbs up the top turnbuckle and waits for her other partner. Selena turns to her.

Sharper: “Alexis Quinne has been going down a different path as of late. Last week, we saw her using some of Holly Adams’ moves. But clearly Alexis is looking to keep moving forward.”

Knots: “Waiting to see her next move. Didn’t win the Adrenaline Championship, but not like that’s stopped her.”

“Violence Fetish” by Disturbed plays over the sound system as Konrad comes out through the curtain with his flanged German mace with him, acting erratic with an angry look on his face, rising the flanged German mace in the air, wearing red and black face paint on the right side of his face with a red and black suit hoodie over his head he wears with pieces of ice blood designed all over them. He also has a penguin, walrus and a polar bear stitching on the left-hand side of his chest on his gear, stating Stop Climate Change. He also wears black boots along with Red and Black Gloves on his hands before he crouches down on the floor with the flanged German mace in front of him, looking at the ring with evil intentions.

Phillips: “And finally, from Cologne, Germany, he is The Ice Blood, Konrad Raab!”

After the announcement, Konrad picks up his flanged German mace and slowly walks to the ring with a massive amount of boos before Konrad runs up the steps and goes underneath the ropes. As he's in the ring, Konrad without showing any sign of acknowledgement from the fans, lays the flanged German mace on the turnbuckle, then sits in the corner of the ring with the crowd booing him, having a nasty look in his eyes, flicking his fists as if he's already ready to fight, with ring staff taking Konrad's flanged German mace away, waiting for the match to start as he takes his hoodie off from his head. Alexis glances at the mace as Konrad just ignores both Selena and Alexis. Selena walks over to him and Konrad shoves her back. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “And Konrad immediately causing problems. We know he’s had issues with teammates in the past.”

Knots: “Just remind him of the Jackals why don’t you!”

Lyman: “But he’s going to have to work with Selena and Alexis to have any chance of victory.”

The arena goes dark, and slowly smoke begins to rise from the entry way. "Battle Cry" by Little V begins to play over the PA system...

With the stinger of the song hitting, an explosion and pyrotechnics hit, cuing the spotlights to hit, and standing in the entry way is The One with her back turned to the audience, head down, and her right hand up in the air with the number one in the air. She turns at the waist, looking directly at the ring, and slowly lowers her hand, finger still extended, to point to her destination. She fully turns and begins her walk to the ring, quickly, but methodically, occasionally slowly down to look around, not necessarily trusting anyone around her to not come rush her and attack her. The SCW Television Championship is around her waist.

Phillips: “Their opponents, first, from Your Worst Personal Nightmare, she is the SCW Television Champion, The One.”

Selena turns to the entrance way, stopping her tiff briefly with Konrad. As The One reaches the ring, she again looks over both shoulders, taking glimpses of the fans, and assuring her safety before entering. She makes a full lap of the ring, walking, and staring at everyone at ringside, and occasionally looking toward the upper decks. As she feels the situation is comfortable and safe, she walks to the corner facing the ramp, extending both hands and pointing with one finger toward the entryway, and then turning both palms up and making the motion with both hands to "bring it." She then slumps into the corner, sitting on the mat, and awaiting her partners, smirking at Selena.

Sharper: “Selena’s attention turned hard there. The woman who injured Deanna Frost’s arm.”

Knots: “Yeah and the only thing that may be preventing Konrad Raab and Selena Frost from going at it!”

The lights go out, except for a single spotlight at the top of the stage. The opening chords to “Patient Number 9” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play. A haunting voice is heard…

"Is there a way out of here?"
"Hey, how long you been here?"

"Hey, hahaha"
"Hahaha"
"Excuse me, could you tell how to get out of here?"

The song begins to rage full bore now. Suddenly the lights come back on and Kimberly Williams is standing at the top of the stage to a loud, mostly positive, reaction from the fans. A sinister smirk is on her face as she ponders what she is about to do tonight. The SCW Underground Championship is around her waist.

Phillips: “Next, from Boston, Massachusetts, she is the SCW Underground Champion, the Woman Scorned, she is Kimberly Williams.

She winks at the fans before pointing towards the ring and making a beeline towards it. She slides into the ring underneath the bottom rope. Kimberly then poses in the center of the ring to another loud reaction from the fans. The music slowly dies down and Kimberly goes to The One, nudging he with her foot. She then takes her title off.

Sharper: “And to add more uncertainty and chaos, here comes Kimberly Williams.”

Lyman: “She has a World Title shot. She now wants to add to it.”

Knots: “Or mess around and cause chaos.”

Lyman: “I doubt her one partner will appreciate that.”

The arena lights shutter off. A single beam of golden light is cast down onto the center of the stage, accompanied by a loud bass rumbling from the sound system. A light snowfall of sliver confetti falls within the pillar of light. The rough guitar chords of 'Wired' by JJ Wilder strike the sound system. Adam steps out, head hung low, into the light. He slowly looks up, a blinding flash of light accompanies him dropping down onto his knee. He raises his arms, almost as if he's calling out to God.

Phillips: “And finally, from Rochester, New York, he is the Renaissance Man, Adam Allocco!”

“Fast cars good life what you waiting for?
Grow up perfect life knocking at your door
I’ve been working for myself since seventeen
Taking orders getting low on self-esteem”

Adam stands up and shoots a pose where he flexes his biceps before kicking his foot up into the air and swinging towards the ramp. He saunters down slowly, while he cocks a wily smile toward any nearby cameras. He forms a triangle with both hands.

“Wake up, same clothes, off I go to hell again
Making money, sinking when I’m trying to swim
I’m tired but I know a guy that has a cure for that
I’m wired, that’s the only way that I stay golden….”

Adam struts up the ring steps, now whipping his jacket to reveal his rehabbed midsection, then posing once more against the ropes out on the apron. He kicks up and over and lands on his feet. He tosses the jacket to the referee nonchalantly.

“There’s something better than this
I crack my teeth, bite down and grab it
Need something better than this
Break through the prison of my habits”

Adam immediately heads over to Kim and The One. He then starts to talk to both. Kim just mocks him and turns and runs across the ring.

Sharper: “Adam Allocco looking to take leadership. He still I guess wants this opportunity. Wants to make sure he gets a title shot on his terms!”

Lyman: “And Kim Williams is deciding violence today! Right for Konrad!”

Knots: “Oktoberfest!”

Kim nails Konrad with a shot. Konrad nails her with one. Alexis then jumps down and runs across. Adam turns and Quinne runs at him and nails him with a hard right and then another. The One and Selena Frost keep watching one another. The One then pulls herself up and Selena Frost then runs across. The One then steps up and nails her with a hard right. Selena nails her. The crowd erupts as all six are fighting. Adam quickly rolls to the floor and Quinne then steps through as Aaron Demitra stops her. Selena and The One take blows before she grabs the arm and tries to go for the Frost’s Bite, but The One blocks it and nails her with a couple of hard shots. Selena lets go and The One backs up as Demitra turns to Selena and stops her. Kim meanwhile grabs Konrad and pulls him into the corner. She nails him with a hard right and then a chop before grabbing him and whipping him across, only causing him to run into Selena and Demitra. Konrad hits the opposite corner. Kim waves at Selena before running at Konrad, but Konrad catches her with a European uppercut. Kim falls back and rolls over, laughing. She smacks the mat.

Kim: “God I love fighting y-“

Raab runs out and clotheslines her down.

Sharper: “Hard clothesline. Raab just took Kim’s head off.”

Knots: “Yeah, and a brawl started before we now broke out into a Trios match!”

The One glances at Selena as Alexis pulls her back. Selena turns and exits. Adam pulls himself onto the apron. He immediately calls for a tag as Konrad grabs Kim and drags her up and knocks her down with another European uppercut. Kim rolls over and starts to get up and Konrad grabs her and runs her into the corner. Raab then follows up with a hard right and then a left and then a right and then a left. He grabs Kim and whips her across the ring. Kim hits the corner. Raab runs after and Kim drills him with a boot to the face. Raab stumbles back and falls to a knee. He turns and Kim runs out and hits a running front dropkick. Raab hits the mat and rolls back. Kim then sits up and looks at him. The two lock eyes before then suddenly both turn and roll to the floor.

Sharper: “Wait a minute!”

Knots: “Oh good. Time for the weapons!”

Lyman: “And look at both teams! Both teams know!”

Kim rolls to the floor and Adam and The One drop to the floor. They then go over to stop Kim as she looks under the ring. They pull her away. The crowd boos as Selena stops Konrad from grabbing his mace as he reaches out for it. Selena moves it back as Konrad looks at her, seething. He moves to the floor, but as he does, Quinne takes the opportunity to enter the ring. She then runs across the ring and dives through the ropes before hitting a somersault onto Allocco, The One, and Williams. The crowd erupts in cheers!

Sharper: “Quinne! Focusing on the opponent and taking advantage. Got all three!”

Knots: “She hit a strike!”

Konrad turns back and Selena points to them. Konrad then turns and walks around the ring. He picks up pace as Quinne rolls over. Allocco and The One roll away before Kim stirs. Konrad walks around and grabs her. (1) He drags her up and turns and rolls her into the ring. Kim rolls over and gets up only for Konrad to enter the ring, hit a somersault and then jump up with a European uppercut. Kim hits the mat. Raab goes for the pin.

Kim kicks out. Raab turns and then walks over to Selena, tagging her in.

Raab: “You want to make his boring, than go!”

Selena enters and quickly sees Kim getting up. Selena runs over to her and grabs her and hits a snap suplex. She goes for the pin.

Kim kicks out again. Selena turns and grabs her and drags her up. She runs her over to the corner as Quinne returns to her corner. Allocco and The One recover with Allocco showing his frustration. Selena kicks Kim in the ribs once and then again before going to whip her across. Selena stops and pulls her back in. Kim stops herself. Selena turns and grabs her, but Kim elbows her in the jaw once and then again. Kim runs over and nails Raab for good measure before nailing Quinne and then spinning back to Selena who hits a dropkick. Selena goes for the pin.

Kim kicks out again. Kim gets up and staggers over to the ropes. Adam tries to tag in, but she’s too far away. Selena follows up and chops her. The crowd woos. She chops her again and then whips her into the ropes. She bounces off and Selena goes for a back drop. Kim lands on her feet and turns and tags in The One. Adam throws his arm up annoyed as Selena turns and sees The One entering.

Sharper: “And here we go. Kim tagging in the One.”

Lyman: “She knew what she was doing.”

Knots: “Yeah, Adam is more pissed off and look at Kim. She’s smirking. The One and Selena now going to go at it!”

The One then steps into the ring and Selena steps up and nails her with a hard right. The One fires back with one of her own. They trade blows before Selena kicks her in the ribs. She pulls her in and goes for the Icebreaker DDT, but The One spins out and then pulls her into a short-arm clothesline. Selena rolls over and gets up. The One walks over and grabs her from behind and clubs her in the back and then again before hoisting her up and hitting a hard back suplex. The One looks down at Selena as she slowly rolls over. The One then stomps her in the back of the head and then again and again. Selena rolls over to the ropes. The One grabs the ropes and just places her foot on the side of Selena’s head, grinding it into her face.

The One steps off and walks around the ring. Selena rolls over and starts to get up, only for The One to run at her and hit a baseball slide dropkick. The crowd ohs. The One goes for the pin.

Selena gets her shoulder up. Konrad looks on and starts to yell at her. Quinne stops him as The One turns and notices this. She then grabs Selena and drags her to the ropes, placing her on the middle rope, starting to choke her.

Sharper: “The One all over Selena Frost. Selena struggling here.”

Lyman: “And probably using some of that motivation Selena has to fight for her wife here.”

Knots: “Not to mention the Trios is part of this. Does The One want to win? We have to ask this. What’s her motivation? Last week, she said she was happy to lose!”

The One steps off and walks around the ring. Selena starts to get up and The One walks over to her and pulls her up. She then hooks her head. She hoists her up only for Selena to knee her in the face. The crowd roars. The One nails her again with a couple of hard rights to the ribs and hoists her up again, only for Selena to knee her in the face again. The One stumbles back. Selena then staggers too. The One steps up and Selena kicks her in the ribs and then grabs her and hits a snap DDT. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Selena fighting back. DDT plants The One!”

Lyman: “Now she has to make a tag. Has to get someone new in there.”

Knots: “Tag Adam. I know he’s not on her side, but he has had his arm out this whole match!”

Selena rolls over as Raab reaches out. Selena turns and crawls over. Quinne reaches out too. Raab tries to push her back, but Quinne leans in, elbowing him back and reaching out. Selena tags her in. The crowd roars. Quinne slingshots in as The One gets up. Quinne runs at her and takes her down with a Lou Thesz Press and then rolls through and jumps up and runs at Adam and Kim. Adam drops down. Kim sticks her chin out to take the shot. She drops down. Quinne turns and sees The One getting up and Quinne hits another Lou Thesz Press, taking her down again and hammering away on her with repeated right hands.

Sharper: “Quinne going to fight fire with fire. Fist and fire on The One!”

Lyman: “And right now, The One has no answers.”

Selena looks on, enjoying the assault as Quinne gets up. She turns and spins around and then hits the Little Red Press. She hooks the leg.

The One kicks out. Both women get up and Quinne runs into the ropes, bouncing off and hitting a spinning crescent kick.

Knots: “More shades of Holly!”

The One hits the mat. Quinne goes for the pin.

Adam pulls her off. Quinne rolls over and Adam grabs her by the legs and hoists her up and hits a huge powerbomb. The crowd ohs. Adam then exits the ring. The One rolls over and starts to get up as boos come from the crowd. Adam looks around and then shakes his head as Quinne rolls over, holding her lower back. She starts to get up and The One turns to her and grabs her. She hits a vertical suplex. She swivels her hips and gets back up. She then hits a second vertical suplex. She swivels her hips again only to then complete the One by One with the falcon arrow. She stays down for the pin.

Raab enters and boots her in the face. He runs over and nails Kim, who again, happily accepts the shot before turning and going to grab Adam. Adam blocks it him and then pulls him down with a guillotine drop. The One rolls over and Adam snaps at her.

Allocco: “Just tag me in asshole!”

The One turns and looks at him and tags him in finally. Adam enters the ring. Konrad gets up and Adam runs at him and hits a dropkick. Konrad rolls out of the ring form the impact. Adam turns and Quinne stirs only for Adam to grab her and pull her in and hits a fisherman’s suplex. He releases it though.

Sharper: “Allocco finally in. Two for two in his hits.”

Lyman: “But no cover! Instead getting back up.”

Allocco gets up and runs over to Selena and nails her with a hard right. Allocco spins around as Quinne starts to get up. Allocco grabs her from behind and goes for a half nelson suplex, but Quinne drops down and flips Allocco through. He gets up and Quinne gets up. Allocco turns and Quinne hits a dropkick. Allocco falls back to the ropes. Quinne turns and runs across the ring, bouncing off and then running at Allocco. Allocco however launches her up. Quinne spins through and ends up on the apron. Allocco turns and Quinne forearms her. He staggers back. Quinne turns and is nailed by a superkick by Kim Williams. Kim shrugs and falls to a knee. Allocco then turns and walks over and exits to the apron. Quinne stirs, holding her jaw, only for Allocco to pull her up and hook her up. He turns and then hits a vertical suplex off the apron and to the floor. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Allocco off the apron! Quinne landing hard. Allocco sacrificing himself.”

Knots: “We knew he wanted to win, but we’re now seeing how badly!”

Sharper: “And Allocco taking advantage in a big way.”

Allocco rolls over. (1) He winces and starts to get up. Kim motions for him to get up, almost mocking him. (2) Quinne stirs too as Allocco turns and grabs her. He slowly gets up. (3) Allocco drags Quinne up who is also in pain. (4) He rolls her into the ring. Allocco rolls in after and hooks the leg.

Quinne shoots her shoulder up. Allocco looks up and then turns and grabs her. He slowly drags her up and then nails her with a forearm shot. Alexis staggers. Allocco nails her again with another shot. Quinne staggers back before Allocco pulls her in and hits an overhead exploder suplex. Allocco hooks the leg.

Raab breaks it up. The crowd roars. Raab gets up only for The One to enter and run over and kick him in the ribs. Raab nails her with a shot and then The One grabs him. Raab spins through and sends her into the ropes. Raab backs up, but only for Selena to enter the ring and run over and nail her with a clothesline. The One goes up and over. Selena looks down at her only for Kim to grab her and pull her over the top rope by the arm. Selena ends up on the apron and Kim grabs her and hits an STO. Kim steps up and Selena rolls to the floor. Konrad then turns and runs over to the ropes, stepping through to the apron. Kim doesn’t see him as Konrad grabs her from behind. Selena stirs and starts to get up as The One grabs her and Raab hits a German suplex on Kim off the apron into both of them. The crowd ohs as all for go down.

Sharper: “Raab hits a German suplex off the apron only to both The One and Selena Frost!”

Lyman: “Jesus! Everyone is going for whatever shot they can!”

Allocco and Quinne remain in the ring as Allocco grabs Quinne and drags her up. Quinne nails him in the ribs with a shot and then another. Allocco knees her in the ribs. He then whips her hard into his team’s corner. Allocco runs after and clotheslines her in the corner. Allocco steps back before hoisting her up and placing her on the top rope. Allocco then nails her with a hard forearm shot before stepping up to the middle rope. Quinne suddenly nails him with a shot to the ribs, before hitting another and then grabbing his head and nailing him a few times. She repositions herself before hooking him up by the head. The crowd roars as Quinne then looks back. Selena, One, Kim and Konrad all start to get up and Quinne manages to pull Allocco over with a top rope superplex to the floor landing on all four. The crowd roars in approval.

Sharper: “Superplex from the top rope! Quinne pulled Allocco out and everyone down!”

Knots: “Like a damn set of bowling pins!”

Sharper: “And this crowd in Houston is loving it!”

Aaron Demitra starts to count as the crowd continues to cheer.(1) Quinne looks up and smiles as Allocco grimaces in pain.(2) Selena rolls over as The One turns away.(3) Konrad Raab and Kimberly Williams remain down too. Quinne rolls over and slowly starts to crawl towards Adam. (4)

Quinne drags Allocco up by the hair and arm and moves him to the ring and rolls him in. (7) Quinne pulls herself up onto the apron and then sees Allocco as he slowly gets to his hands and knees and Quinne hits a slingshot leg drop. Quinne rolls over and turns and exits to the apron. She climbs up to the top rope and the crowd roars. Syren, Konrad, Kim and One start to stir before Quinne looks at Allocco and then dives off going for the Quinnessential Dream, but Allocco rolls toward the corner. Quinne lands on her feet. She stops and turns around and Allocco gets up and kicks her in the leg before hitting the Back from Rehab. He turns and hooks the leg. Selena lunges for the ring as The One grabs her by the leg.

The crowd roars. The bell sounds. Allocco rolls off as Selena turns back to The One who smirks and lets go. Konrad Raab just looks at Selena and throws his arms up as he falls over to the ring. Kim Williams jumps up in joy.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Adam Allocco, The One and Kimberly Williams!”

Knots: “Team Wasley wins!”

Sharper: “Williams, One and Allocco win in what could be seen as an upset for some. Selena Frost stopped by The One from breaking it up. Quinne stopped by Allocco who pulls this out at the end!”

Lyman: “And Raab is not pleased! Kimberly Williams is ecstatic!”

Knots: “Of course she is! More chaos for her.”

Selena Frost looks over at Raab and then Quinne before turning to Allocco and finally The One who just smiles and walks to the back, standing alone. Kim rolls into the ring and runs over to Allocco who is having his arm raised and hugs him. She then throws her arms up and cackles as even Adam is a bit taken aback.

Sharper: “What an end to 2022. What a start to the Trios Tournament!”

Knots: “And we’ve still got New Year’s Eve! Hairless Penguin challenges Owen Cruze for the World Title!”

The scene slowly fades to black…
