“Supreme Championship Wrestling...”

A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.

“The leading force in sports and entertainment today....”

MAIN SHOW:

“Psycho in my Head” by Skillet plays as we see a shot of Selena Frost standing on the stage, about to the run to the ring. We then see shots of Bree Lancaster hitting someone with the Rectifier and Datura hanging upside down on the ropes, posing.

Maybe I'm just paranoid
Or maybe I'm just livin' a lie
Can't stop this screamin' voice
Or maybe I'm just sick inside

Shots of Kandis hitting Gratuitous on an opponent, before showing Rated X posing as SCW World Tag Team Champions. Katie Steward is next shown posing, before we see Cassie Wolfe hitting a dive off the top rope and Adam Brock standing on the stage, smiling. Shots of Chance Owens, Simon Lyman and Dancing Bear follow, superimposed over the Breakdown logo

This is the face
I hate the other side of me
Out of this cage
He breaks to take the life from me
Tell me, tell me, tell me
I'm not crazy

Syren is shown hitting Xander Valentine with the Total Makeover before showing Adam Allocco talking to the crowd. Glory Braddock is next shown hitting the London Plunge before we see The One Kirsten Scott proudly holding the SCW Television Championship. WASLEY is next shown as Kimberly Williams is seen smirking. The Breakdown logo flashes on the screen.

There's a psycho in my head
I'm closer to the edge
Makin' me feel like I'm livin' in misery, misery
Insane
These voices in my brain
Starting to feel like it's gonna be the death of me, death of me

Gavin Taylor hitting the Gavin Taylor lariat on an opponent is next, before we see Pro Kinneck attacking Sophie James at ringside. Konrad Raab punching Ace Marshall in a steel cage is shown next, before we see Alexis Quinne hitting a standing shooting star press. Lexy Chapel is then shown showing off Syren. Amy Chastaine posing follows.

There's a psycho in my, there's a psycho in my head

Shots of Selena Frost, Kandis, Adam Allocco, and Syren are shown before the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The crowd cheers as pyro shoots out from the base of the stage. The display continues for a few moments before spotlights circle the arena and the cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments. We then cut to see the Chamber structure hanging over the ring.

Sharper: “It’s the final Breakdown of 2023 and tonight, the landscape of SCW could change dramatically. Three titles on the line inside the Chamber, all courtesy of Kirsten Scott’s Trios Tournament Cash-in!”

The cameras pan across the crowd for a moment longer before cutting to ringside and the announce position where Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots sit.

Sharper: “Welcome to ringside. Adam Sharper with Jonathan Knots at ringside and yes, the Chamber will take place on Breakdown. Three title matches to take place through it. World Title, Underground Title and US title all on the line.”

Knots: “Will it be the changing of the guard The One Kirsten Scott is hoping. Either way, she’s got some security – she has a World Title shot waiting for her too thanks to Fatal Fortunes last week. Meanwhile, we’re going to find out who has a one on one title shot at End of the Year Special awaiting them.”

Sharper: “Not only that, Kandis to be in action against Polly; Kimberly Williams to be in action too. Derek Adonis to challenge La Pequena Luz for the SCW Television Champion and that’s just the tip of the iceberg here. Big night tonight in Minnesota!”

The opening riff to "Smooth Sailing" by Queens of the Stone Age kicks in. At the 11 second mark, the name "Asher Hayes" blares through the PA system, and Asher appears on the stage, wearing a long leather jacket and sunglasses. The SCW World Championship is over his shoulder. The crowd boos seeing the champion.

“It's all in motion, no stoppin' it now
I got nothing to lose and only one way up
I'm burning bridges, I destroy the mirage
All visions of collisions, fucking bon voyage"

He makes his way down the ramp as the reaction of the crowd rain down upon him. He walks up the ring steps and climbs to the top turnbuckle, lifting his title up in the air. He then hops down and looks around.

Sharper: “We’re going to start off tonight hearing from our World Champion.”

Knots: “Survived Fatal Fortunes. The challenge of James Evans and of Religious Wright!”

Hayes hops down and walks across the ring, demanding a microphone. Jason Phillips, the ring announcer, hands him the microphone. Hayes takes it and walks back to the middle of the ring. He looks around as the crowd boos him. The music fades out. Hayes listens to the boos for a few moments before beginning to speak.

Hayes: “You boo as if any of you matter. The only good thing you’ve done is finally realize that Selena Frost is full of it!”

The crowd roars as Hayes looks around the ring.

Hayes: “Some of you are probably thinking I’m coming out here and talking about how great I was. I got through Fatal Fortunes. I beat James Evans, one on one. Straight up. Beat him. And then I even showed I can deal with the BS. Musical chairs….are you kidding me? And even with Religious Wright and Ludvig Eriksson cheating, I still proved one thing…I don’t trip up. No. I’m at the top of the mountain around here. I’m the World Champion. And I’ve got everyone’s attention. Even people who shouldn’t be saying my name in their mouths. Right Kirsten Scott…”

Hayes sighs.

Hayes: “This is where we’re at. SCW has become a place where the uncreative and uninspired. Thank God you have me at the top. Because I’m here to tell you this to your face. You suck! You all suck. You suck…”

Hayes points to the crowd.

Hayes: “You suck!”

Hayes points to another member in the crowd.

Hayes: “You suck too!”

Hayes points to another crowd member.

Hayes: “And all of you back there…it’s not that you suck, but you just aren’t on my level.”

Hayes points to the back.

Hayes: “And now the only chance people have of getting me to slip…putting me in matches where I don’t know what’s coming out or matches where someone else could screw it up for me. Either way, it’s not going to happen. And who all is lined up? Autumn Valentine tonight. You may be great again. But no one is talking about you. Focus on the Alloccos and hope that you can get the Adrenaline Championship. But LexyCorp aint getting this title. Not going to do a repeat of what could’ve been last year.”

Hayes looks around.

Hayes: “Oh and the One, Kirsten Scott. You have a shot. And trust me, you’re going to fail. Why? Because I REFUSE to let you knock me off the top. Saying I’m the Old Guard. I’ve fought and scratched and clawed for this and I’m Old Guard. You know what, The One…screw off and earn something. Beat Deanna Frost. Be happy with that. And stay out of the big leagues until you know you’re ready. End of the Year Title shot…someone’s hopes and dreams. They can’t match my journey. Not even close…”

Hayes chuckles.

Hayes: “But Gavin Taylor…comes up short again. Simon Lyman…the criminal isn’t getting a shot at me. The fact is that there is no one in this company that can touch me. Simple as that-“

The opening of "Whore" by In This Moment fills the arena as red and pink lights swirl around...

{I'm the girl you've been thinking about, The one thing you can't live without
I'm the girl you've been waiting for
I'll have you down on your knees, I'll have you begging for more}

Kandis walks out from the back, wearing her jeans and a leather jacket. She looks down at the ring, microphone in her hand.

Sharper: “There’s one woman who has something to say about it.”

Knots: “But Asher did beat her-“

Sharper: “And she wants her rematch, just as he got one. One he orchestrated!”

Kandis looks down at the ring.

Kandis: “God you’re full of yourself.”

Hayes: “Damn right I am. And I deserve it. After I caved your head in with a steel chair. And then what…fighting Raab in a pool of lube.”

The crowd roars.

Kandis: “Something you’d not be man enough to do.”

The crowd roars.

Kandis: “And we beat the hell out of each other. And one lucky shot…and he needed to practically drive me through the concrete to stop me. And trust me, THAT is what pisses me off. Because I don’t care about the match. Just like you don’t care about winning musical chairs. We came out and competed. And for me to get my hands on Raab…the only thing I wish is that I took him out for good. But that will come. I know it will come, because I know Raab. But I’m here about you.”

Hayes: “Well too bad I don’t care about you. I’ve moved on. I WON. I have this!”

Kandis: “For now!”

Hayes scoffs.

Kandis: “While you’re out here talking about how no one can touch you Hayes…I’m out here with a different message. Watch what I do tonight against Polly. If you or ANYONE doubts what I am capable of…I am going to send a message. I am going to win. Sorry Polly. But I am going to get the SCW World Championship back in 2024. All this waiting…it just makes me antsy. And the longer I have to wait for my rematch, the more I am going to look forward to beating the champion’s ass. Whether it’s your Asher or someone else?”

Hayes: “It will be me…but you won’t be winning, Kandis. Your time at the top has come. Kismet is on my side and you’re just on your way down. You should be used to that.”

Kandis smirks.

Kandis: “Just like you’re used to be a champion. It hasn’t gone to your head at all. And if there’s something I know a lot about…men who think they’re a lot better than they are when they go one on one with me!”

Kandis brings the microphone down as “Whore” plays throughout the arena. Kandis then turns and heads to the back. Hayes just shakes his head and waves her off before holding the SCW World Championship over his head and pointing to himself.

Sharper: “Asher Hayes acting like he’s got the next few months in the bank.”

Knots: “The World Champion is going to earn their keep coming up. Defense tonight against Autumn Valentine, then End of the Year Special, then Body, Heart and Soul. The One has a shot. Kandis in line. Who else?”

Sharper: “Xander Valentine even mentioning he wants to get there. And Asher Hayes acts like he has it in the bag, but Kandis, she’s not letting people forget her. She wants her rematch. And she’s not the most patient as we’ve seen.”

Knots: “Hayes beat her last time. And he’s not giving up that title. Autumn Valentine better be ready tonight!”

We then cut to a shot of the Chamber hanging over the ring.

Sharper: “And tonight, the World Title, US Title and Underground Title will all be on the line inside that structure. That’s our main event. That and much more to come tonight!”

The scene fades to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

“Wolfsbane” Adam Brock vs. Ace Sky

A rocket drops from the bottom of the big screen to the stage and there is a countdown voice over from 5 which fans count down. “Eye In The Sky” by The Alan Parsons Project plays as a pod door opens and Ace Sky walks out in an aviator jacket and his usual in ring attire.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, hailing from Houston, Texas… Ace Sky!”

He salutes a peace sign and jogs down the aisle way high-fiving as many fans as possible while alternating with gesturing to his forehead. Then he dashes with his trademark slide through the bottom ring apron. He does the Third Eye forehead point taunt again and gets into Bruce Lee style-southpaw martial arts stance.

Sharper: “Ace Sky got a huge opportunity during Fatal Fortunes, joining Dakon Theron in challenging for the United States Championship, only to come up short as Deanna Frost retained.”

Knots: “I mean, that loss might’ve been to his benefit since he doesn’t have to go and defend in the Chamber tonight.”

Sharper: “Still, Ace looking to bounce back after that setback and gather some momentum heading into the new year.”

The howl of a wolf echoes throughout the arena, sending chills down everyone’s spines. The howl is followed by a low bass line which is eventually joined by drums and guitars, then the vocals of "Promised Land" by Queensryche kick in.

“Watching sand fall...
And listening for the knock
Upon my door (Listen)
And waiting...
For Promised Land”

FWOOSH!!! A series of red, gold and silver fireworks go off at the top of the ramp in a shimmering cascade. A roaming spotlight seeks to penetrate the darkness and find something... Or, perhaps, SOMEONE. A momentary silence, then...

POW!

Four blue fireworks go off and engulf the stage in their light. And as they die away, the darkness falls once more. But it’s not complete... The roaming spotlight catches glimpses of movement, but it’s too indistinct.

“Standing deep in life
My ring of brass
Lay rusting on the floor
Is this all?
Cause it’s not
What I expected!”

BAM!

White-hot green fireworks go off now and this time the spotlight DOES catch someone. Standing there amid the ghastly green glow is the one and only “Wolfsbane” Adam Brock! The fans erupt in a cavalcade of screaming and applause that seems to catch him off guard, but only for a second. He grins wickedly and makes his way down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans and pausing to hug a little boy. One overenthusiastic fan grabs him around the neck in a big hug and he makes a big deal out of it, letting one leg go forward in a comical display of being snared. Then he turns around and gives her a huge hug in return before she lets him go. Some of the fans are laughing now... The twinkle in his eye tells them he did that on purpose!

Phillips: “His opponent, hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania… ‘Wolfsbane’ Adam Brock!”

He grins and jogs up the ring steps before grabbing the top rope and catapulting over it to stand in the middle of the ring. Once his feet make contact, the cleverly disguised pyro containers secured to the ringposts go off and send showers of purple confetti fireworks all over the crowd. It showers down over him as he turns a slow circle in the ring, basking in the cheers of the adoring fans. When the last of the confetti touches down, Adam does one final turn to face Ace Sky, hands resting on his legs above his knees.

Sharper: “Adam Brock also getting a title shot through Fatal Fortunes that could’ve seen him defending in the Chamber tonight, challenging James Evans in a TLC Match and being unable to come away with the Underground Championship.”

Knots: “You have to wonder how banged up he is coming into tonight, especially since he’s facing another veteran who’s just as hungry for a win to bounce back.”

The bell rings and both men begin circling one another, briefly extending their arms to slap hands in a show of respect. They go to lock up, but Ace ducks underneath and grabs Adam in a rear waistlock before tripping him down to the mat and floating over into a front chancery. He starts trying to add a hammerlock, but Adam manages to slip free and trip Ace down to the mat before attempting to apply a single leg crab. Ace quickly scrambles to the ropes and grabs the bottom one, and Adam immediately lets go and backs off so Ace can get back to his feet. They exchange nods of acknowledgment after this opening salvo as the fans applaud them both before they go to lock up again. After a brief moment of jockeying for position, Ace manages to drop to his knees and tries to take Adam over with a fireman’s carry, but Adam actually manages to flip through it before running off the ropes and catching Ace with a low dropkick to the face before he can get back to his feet!

Sharper: “A fairly even match here in the early going between these two longtime veterans.”

Knots: “Brock may have the advantage for right now, but there are a lot of similarities between these two and the momentum could easily swing either way at a moment’s notice.”

Ace gets back to his feet, but Adam quickly stuns him with a boot to the gut before irish whipping him into the ropes. Ace rebounds and Adam tries to scoop him up for something, but Ace uses the momentum to his advantage to slip free and land behind Adam, who turns just in time to be caught in the face with a spinning heel kick! Adam hits the mat and rolls towards the ropes as Ace follows him, pulling him to his feet and irish whipping him now. Adam rebounds as Ace ducks his head, but Adam takes advantage of the opening to catch him with a swinging neckbreaker! Ace ends up rolling out to the floor for a moment to recover as Adam measures him, and once Ace seems to be in position Adam runs off the ropes, but before he can act on any thoughts of soaring out of the ring Ace quickly hops onto the apron and stuns him with a jumping pump kick! Adam stumbles back as Ace measures him, but Adam suddenly lunges at him and pops Ace with a superkick that knocks him back off the apron! Adam takes a moment to clear his head as Ace slowly gets up out on the floor, and once he’s back to his feet Adam steps out onto the apron before springboarding into an asai moonsault that floors Ace again!

Sharper: “The back-and-forth continues, but a beautiful moonsault from Brock keeps him in the driver’s seat!”

Knots: “Ace has found openings to gain the upper hand, but he needs to find a way to keep it and fast before Brock starts to snowball!”

Adam pulls himself back to his feet, smiling at the cheers from the fans before he hauls Ace up enough to roll him back into the ring. He pulls himself back onto the apron before ascending to the top turnbuckle and leaping off with a swanton bomb! Ace rolls over holding his midsection after the connection, but Adam rolls him back over and goes for a cover.

1!

2!

Ace Sky kicks out! Undeterred, Adam pulls Ace back to his feet before hooking him in a half nelson, but Ace manages to trip him up and roll forward into a cradle!

1!

2!

Adam Brock kicks out! Both men get back to their feet and Adam swings with a clothesline, but Ace manages to duck before catching Adam with a jumping knee strike! Adam stumbles back as Ace takes a moment to shake off the cobwebs before grabbing him by the arm and bringing him to the mat with a hammerlock armbar side headlock takedown that he chains into a seated headlock! The referee checks with Adam, who refuses to submit as he starts to get his legs back under him, using the size advantage he has on Ace to slowly get back to his feet while Ace is still on his back trying to maintain the headlock. Adam manages to back into the corner, slamming Ace’s back into the turnbuckles and forcing him to let go. As Adam stumbles away to catch his breath, Ace ends up slowly pulling himself up to the top turnbuckle, and as Adam turns back to him Ace leaps off and catches him with a meteora! He reaches back to hook the leg as his knees keep Adam’s shoulders trapped on the mat.

1!

2!

Brock manages to kick out!

Sharper: “All it took was one flash pin and Ace Sky has started building momentum again.”

Knots: “And this time he’s firmly in the driver’s seat and has Adam in trouble!”

Adam starts to get back to his feet as Ace measures him before catching him in the shin with a low roundhouse kick. He follows up with a second one before pointing at Adam’s shin and looking for a third one, but as Adam prepares to try and block it, Ace feints and blasts him upside the head with the Question Mark Kick! Adam staggers into the corner as he tries to recover while Ace runs to the opposite corner and measures him before charging in for the Flash-Point, but Adam manages to move out of the way! Ace manages to position himself so he doesn’t have to absorb a lot of damage from the miss, but as he pulls himself out of the turnbuckles he grabbed from behind in a full nelson before Adam plants him with the Silent Screams! Adam pushes his hair out of his face and takes a moment to recover while Ace is slowly pulling himself back to his feet. Adam goes for a kick to the gut, only for Ace to manage to catch it. Before Adam can think about an enziguri, Ace tries to turn the tables on him with the Third Eye Legsweep, but Adam manages to hop over it! This doesn’t stop Ace from pulling Adam in to attempt a northern lights brainbuster, but as he scoops him up Adam manages to slip free and land behind him. He ducks a back elbow and runs towards the ropes, rebounding with a handspring into the Silver Bullet!

Sharper: “Adam Brock is fighting his way back into this match despite everything Ace Sky is doing to try and maintain control!”

Knots: “That’s the problem with facing another veteran of the ring wars: you’re both digging deeper and deeper to see who’s got more experience to find that crucial opening to put this away!”

Adam looks at the downed Ace before moving towards the corner and climbing to the top, perhaps looking for the Roadkill. He perches and eyes Ace carefully as he slowly starts to pull himself back to his feet, but suddenly Ace manages to leap up from a crouch and take a surprised Adam off the top rope with the Helium Hop! The fans erupt at the athleticism as Ace uses the corner to help pull himself back to his feet as he sees Adam down in the middle of the ring before pulling himself up to the top, carefully measuring him before he goes for a beautiful Galaxy Leap! Adam, however, rolls towards the corner he made the leap from to avoid it, but Ace manages to land on his feet and roll through, pivoting around to see Adam pull himself up to a seated position in the corner. He rushes in, thinking Lightyear Busaiku Bolt, but Adam suddenly pulls himself up and cuts him off with the Appetite for Destruction! The fans are on their feet as Adam shakes off the cobwebs before pulling Ace close and applying the Desert Heat! The referee checks in with Ace, who refuses even as Adam really cranks on the hold and applies further pressure. Ace desperately reaches out for the ropes, but Adam uses his size advantage to slowly scoot them both closer to the center of the ring. He really starts cranking back on the hold, and Ace is finally left with no choice but to tap out!

The bell rings as "Promised Land" by Queensryche hits again and Adam releases the Desert Heat, slowly rising to his feet as the referee raises his arm in victory.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via submission, Adam Brock!”

Sharper: “A great clash between these two wily veterans, but it’s Adam Brock who finds the opening needed to potentially close out 2023 on a high note.”

Knots: “That’s assuming neither one of these men have any plans at the End of the Year Special, but even if they don’t, this match gave us a great idea of what we can expect out of both of them as they look to make 2024 their year in SCW.”

Ace Sky slowly pulls himself back to his feet with help from the ropes, looking dejected at his defeat. Adam looks over to him and offers his hand, and after a moment, Ace nods and shakes it to more applause from the fans. Ace rolls out of the ring and begins to stagger to the back as Adam is left to celebrate his victory in the ring.

Backstage, La Pequena Luz and Amelia Blythe can be seen walking backstage before Luz motions to Blythe. She nods and the two walk down the hallway before heading over to Diamond Steele who is talking to a crew member.

Steele: “You make sure he’s nowhere near me. Got that? If he’s coming, tell him I’m elsewhere and-“

Diamond stops and turns and smirks.

Diamond: “Well, Luz…Amelia. Angry about last week/ Not my fault that one of the greatest could give a damn to be here.”

Amelia: “Still could have fought honourably.”

Diamond: “And pass up a win over one half of the tag champs. Sorry, but I wanted that winner’s purse and the win. Simple as that. Just how fate went.”

Luz: “Well, I suppose it did.”

Amelia: “She’s right.”

Diamond looks confused.

Amelia: “That’s why we’re here. Fate may have given you an opportunity.”

Diamond: “What are you on?”

Amelia: “Easy. I want a rematch.”

Diamond chuckles.

Amelia: “And before you think too hard, we’re going to make it worth your while. You won a tag match against me. And we’re the Tag Team Champions. So easy…you find a partner and we’ll give you and your partner a title shot on the first Breakdown of 2024. Already cleared with the boss.”

Diamond: “Are you serious?”

Amelia: “Absolutely.”

Diamond chuckles.

Diamond: “If you want to lose the gold….I’ll find someone.”

Diamond smirks and then turns to the crew member briefly before heading off. Luz turns to Amelia.

Luz: “You sure you want to give her the opportunity.”

Amelia: “More that if this is what she wants to be proud of, we’ll give her an opportunity to be actually proud.”

Luz: “Fair enough.”

Luz and Amelia head off.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see Glory Braddock talking to CHBK outside of his office with Brittany Lohan standing behind her, arms across her chest.

Glory: “I am hearing a rumour I’m not too pleased about. Someone else has the Tag Title shot on the first Breakdown.”

CHBK: “It’s not a rumour. I’ve agreed to it.”

Glory: “So Diamond Steele, someone who hasn’t gotten out of the gates, may have a world of talent, but has one lucky night…”

CHBK: “And it gives her an opportunity and the champions wanted it.”

Lohan: “They should want us.”

Glory: “Exactly.”

CHBK: “They did. I mentioned Twisted & Sadistic too.”

Glory: “Well, let me know what we need to do to be next. We beat Statera. We’ve beaten all others and-“

Ravyn Taylor walks into view.

Ravyn: “You’ve beaten all others, hmmm?”

Lohan steps up.

Lohan: “Ravyn…”

Ravyn: “Brittany. We can be civil here. I mean this could have been worse. Lexy was on her way here and I convinced her to focus on Autumn’s World Championship opportunity. Although she did tell me, Alex, that you should superkick them.”

CHBK: “Of course.”

Ravyn: “She’s gotten very obsessed about them. We have Superkick Soirees regularly, haven’t you heard.”

Glory: “So Dark Fantasy isn’t just a scheme anymore-“

Ravyn: “We are a legitimate team. I’ve even pledged myself to Lexy. We are presented by Lexy Chapel. No longer Infamous. I suppose since I was the only active person who spoke even of that glorious faction.”

CHBK: “Ravyn, I haven’t forgotten about Dark Fantasy either.”

Ravyn: “I was still concerned. While you seem to have a soft spot for Zoe, Lexy and I are more negatives.”

CHBK: “And I’m not thinking about that at all. You lost the titles. In a hell of a match. You will receive your rematch-“

Lohan: “I’m not liking where this is going.”

CHBK turns to Brittany and Glory.

CHBK: “And you’re right there too.”

Glory: “Yeah, right there doesn’t matter. Put them across the ring from us.”

Lohan: “Maybe I just take out Diamond and make this moot.”

CHBK: “Do that and Twisted & Sadistic will be jumping through hoops to get back. But how about this…just for fun…first Breakdown of 2024…Twisted & Sadistic against Dark Fantasy.”

CHBK shrugs.

CHBK: “If you’re both the best…or most deserving, you should have no problem proving it. And maybe removing a few options from the table.”

CHBK turns and heads into his office. Ravyn turns to Brittany.

Lohan: “I always enjoy destroying you.”

Ravyn: “And we always enjoy playing spoiler.”

Ravyn turns and heads off as Breakdown cuts to the ring.

David Striker vs. Religious Wright

“I Can Only Imagine” by MercyMe begins to play. Religious Wright steps out onto the stage wearing a black robe and carrying his Holy Book in his right hand. Along the way down the aisle he stops by some fans.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a ten minute time limit. First, from The Sword of Joshua Full Gospel Pentecostal Temple of Joy Holiness by way of Mt. Judea, Arkansas, he is Religious Wright!”

He presses his hand to the foreheads of some fans and shouts “BE HEALED IN THE NAME OF THE LAWD!” Still other fans he throws Holy Water at them and shouts “BE GONE FOUL DEMON FROM THIS SERVANT IN THE NAME OF THE LAWD!” Religious Wright then ascends the steel steps and enters the ring. He steps to the center of the ring and holds up his Holy Book and shouts “CAN I GET AN AMEN MY BROTHAS AND SISTAS OF THE LAWD?!”

Sharper: “Religious Wright has been a bit annoyed the last week. Definitely showed it earlier tonight. Upset that Selena Frost, his new lord and God, I guess, wasn’t here last week.”

Knots: “Let CHBK have it and now has to come out here and turn that anger into something useful.”

“Man in the Box” by Like a Storm plays and the crowd roars. A few moments pass before David Striker walks out from the back and scans the arena. He then nods a bit as he turns to the ring and looks at his opponent. He then starts to head to the ring.

Phillips: “His opponent, making his debut, from Cameron, North Carolina, he is Bam Bam David Striker!”

The crowd applauds a bit as Striker heads to the ring and slides into the ring. He gets up to a knee and looks around before getting up to his feet. He then turns and runs into the ropes, testing the ropes before stopping and turning to Religious Wright.

Sharper: “And David Striker arriving in SCW. Making his debut here in St. Paul.”

Knots: “Bam Bam?”

Sharper: “That’s right. The man can strike with the best of them and he can also go hold for hold. Another man inspired by the European style and SCW starting to have many one of the deepest European style rosters ever assembled outside of Europe.”

The bell sounds as Wright looks at Striker. The two then head at one another and lock up in the middle of the ring. They push back on one another and Striker turns into a side headlock. He then spins around and ducks under the arm and spins through into a hammerlock. Wright yells in pain and tries to drop down, but Striker spins through with it and spins around him and then moves into a front face lock. Wright twists out of it and reaches out, but he rolls over and only for Wright to roll with him and then grab his arm and wrench it before pulling up on the arm into a top wristlock. Wright winces in pain as Striker pushes him into the ropes and then fires her off. Wright bounces off and Striker hits a leg sweep before an elbow drop. Wright rolls out of the ring to the floor, holding his chest.

Sharper: “And Striker striking fast.”

Knots: “Just driving that elbow into the chest. Wright may need a new ribcage for Christmas!”

Sharper: “That’s if he celebrates it.”

Knots: “Fine! Winter Solstice. Maybe End of the Year Special. The day that Selena Frost rose from obscurity to join SCW many, many years ago!”

Wright walks round the ring, holding his chest. (1) He winces and leans on the steps and holds a hand up. (2) He then turns and rolls into the ring and then motions to Striker to put his dukes up. Striker shrugs and does that. Wright then nods and nails him with a hard right. Striker obliges with a forearm strike of his own. Wright nails him with a hard right. Striker forearms him again. Wright strikes before Striker returns. Back and forth before Striker gets the better of the strikes and then stops and rears back and hits the Texas Smash. Wright falls to the ropes and reaches up, half out of it and falls to the mat. The official warns Striker of the closed fist.

Knots: “Okay…that didn’t work for Wright!”

Sharper: “Just a vicious right hook and down goes Wright!”

Wright grabs at the ropes, using them to slowly pull himself up and Striker follows up with a knee to the stomach. He knees him again and whips him across the ring. Wright turns and heads after, but Wright gets a boot up. Wright staggers out and nails him with a hard right and then rakes his eyes. The crowd boos a bit before Wright spins around Striker and into a school boy.

Wright lets go and turns and throws Striker back. Striker rolls through. Wright smirks and runs at him, only for Wright to spin around him and hits a snap Dragon suplex. The crowd ohs as Wright pops up to his knees. He slowly gets up.

Sharper: “Good God. Just snapping Wright into the mat.”

Knots: “I don’t think Selena is here for him tonight either! Not like last week where he almost beat the World Champion!”

Sharper: “In musical chairs.”

Knots: “Who cares! Fatal Fortunes made it a match!”

Striker then scoops him up and hits a slam. Striker then runs into the ropes, bouncing off and then hitting the Viva la *BAM*! He goes for the pin.

Wright kicks out. He turns and Striker grabs him by the head. He slowly lifts him up and then knees him in the ribs. He goes to scoop him up, but Wright pokes him in the eye again. He drops down and grabs Striker and hits a snap German suplex. Striker rolls over. Wright winces and turns and smiles and nods before nodding. He then runs to the ropes and jumps to the top rope and dives back, going for the Defying Gravity! Striker moves as Wright hits the mats.

Sharper: “Did he just…”

Knots: “Wright just tried to hit Defying Gravity!”

Sharper: “And Striker moving out of the way.”

Wright rolls over and turns as Striker kicks him in the ribs and then hoists him up, crossing Wright’s legs and hitting the Bad Moon Rising. The crowd ohs. Striker then turns and grabs the arm of Wright and bends over. He pulls him up before hooking him by the head and hitting the Death Penalty. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Death Penalty. Religious Wright driven head first into the mat.”

Knots: “Welp…I think David Striker made his statement!”

Striker turns and hooks the leg.

1!

2!

3!

The bell sounds. Striker gets up and looks down at Wright.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, ‘Bam Bam’ David Striker!”

Striker has his arm raised for a moment before pulling it away. He looks down at Wright before turning to the crowd. He enjoys the reaction before dropping to the floor.

Sharper: “An impressive debut for David Striker here on the final Breakdown of 2023.”

Knots: “And I think SCW just got a good sense of what awaits them with this man. Don’t mess with him. Technically, brawling…he’s got an answer.”

Striker turns and walks to the back. The camera follows him up the rampway as the scene cuts away.

Backstage, we see Lexy Chapel pacing in the locker room of LexyCorp.

Chapel: “I let her do it. I let the DEVIL, that WITCH, go talk to him. Oh God. Probably going to get SCW to try and take Syren from me. I hope he superkicks her. Yes…That would be great-“

Autumn: “Just relax Lexy.”

Chapel: “No! Not with her. Even if she says she’s on ‘my’ side.”

Syren: “She is.”

Syren comes into the scene.

Syren: “Look, you agreed because the focus is on Autumn. Autumn could become World Champion tonight.”

Chapel: “Damn right. Before we had planned it. Before End of the Year Special. Manager of champions here and Autumn, not only are going to get the Adrenaline Championship, but the World Championship! It’s coming! The ASH-HOLE ASSASSIN!”

Autumn: “It’s Asher-“

Chapel: “Not to me!”

Autumn: “Well let’s just focus on one thing.”

Syren: “And that’s why I’m here.”

Chapel: “Wait, wait…you have other things and are you sure? You’re focusing on the tag titles. And the ten wins-“

Syren: “And I am a former World Champion. Multiple time. And I may have challenges but I know how to get there and tonight, Autumn, we’re going to get you there. We’re going to make you as ready as you can be.”

Autumn: “Yeah…”

Chapel: “All to shock the world. LexyCorp! Champions again!”

Syren: “Take some of her confidence.”

Autumn: “And what else?”

Syren laughs a bit as the scene cuts away.

Breakdown returns as Jessica Winters stands backstage with Adam Allocco and Alistaire Allocco, who proudly has the SCW Adrenaline Championship around his waist.

Winters: “Welcome back to Breakdown. I’m here with Adam Allocco and Alistaire Allocco, the SCW Adrenaline Champion, and you’ve very quickly wanted to have some time here tonight.”

Adam: “That’s right Jessica. Don’t worry. I’m not going to take much time. Instead, I’m going to just say two things. First, I want to thank CHBK for letting logic prevail and recognizing Alistaire as the rightful Adrenaline Champion. That controversy, if we can call it that – trust me, I’ve been involved in far more controversial things – is over. Alistaire is the rightful champion.”

Adam smiles.

Adam: “And the second is that a precedent was set tonight. If someone wants to face someone, especially a champion, their challenges carry some weight. And well, Alistaire and I were talking, and we decided for Christmas, we would do the charitable thing and eliminate another controversy. There is some Allocco Assassin out there. A foolish thing. Nothing can take out the spirit of my son, and my will to do right by him. But that Allocco Assassin could be holding the SCW World Championship after tonight. And trust me, screw you Asher Hayes. I hope you fall on your face.”

Alistaire: “Dad…”

Adam: “Sorry…Christmas season and all. But Autumn, win the World Title…we’ll give you and Lexy Chapel, their Adrenaline Title match. Not out of revenge. But just out of doing what is right and fair. And we all know Alistaire would have been World Champion again had I not…”

Adam sighs.

Adam: “Had I not taken so much from him. So do what is right…he’ll put his title on the line. You can put yours. And we can do it at…Body, Heart, and Soul? Just a suggestion. But I think it’s a pretty good one.”

Adam turns as Alistaire turns to Jessica.

Alistaire: “Thank you for your time.”

Alistaire turns and joins his father as they walk off.

Winters: “Seems like everyone is making their wishes and statements to close out the year and start the new one. What will Datura or Bree…or Asher…or so many others have to say about that challenge? Back to ringside.”

"All I really want is something beautiful to say..."

The cameras show the crowd who begin cheering before zooming in at the entrance way, where Josh Hudson steps out.

"Keep me locked up in your broken mind
I keep searchin', never been able to find a
Light behind your dead eyes
Not anything at all"

He wears a sleeveless black hoodie as he slowly makes his way down the ramp. He reaches the bottom of the ramp, and he looks out to the crowd before making his way up the ring steps and climbs into the ring.

"Say can you help me right before the fall
Take what you can and leave me to the wolves..."

He goes to the bottom right-hand corner, climbing to the top rope, and staring out at the crowd once again, as he lifts both fists into the air, earning more cheers before he climbs down and leans into the turnbuckle.

Sharper: “Josh Hudson asked for the chance to speak tonight, and it was granted. He’s had a few run-ins with one Simon Lyman the last few weeks. You’d have to think he’d have something to say about that.”

Hudson is shown being handed a microphone as the music dies down. He steps into the center of the ring, and looks around at the fans, before he begins to speak.

Hudson: “It’s been a few months, hasn’t it?”

Hudson grins.

Hudson: “The last time you guys saw me, I was angry. I was beating the hell out of Owen Cruze and becoming SCW World Champion. But…I was also, losing to Owen on his way out. That didn’t sit right with me at the time. But…”

He shrugs before looking directly at the camera.

Hudson: “Owen, I can stand here today and say that you earned my respect, and I hope that I earned yours. Spoil that baby while you can.”

The crowd cheers for Hudson, and a brief ‘Owen’ chant filters through the arena. Hudson stands in the center and nods, waiting for the crowd to die down. He begins to speak again, once it does.

Hudson: “Now, while I was away, I did some thinking. You see, I’ve done so much in this business, especially in the SCW. Three-time SCW World Champion. Three-time SCW United States Champion. Match of the Year winner. The list goes on and on…”

More cheers from the crowd.

Hudson: “And I couldn’t help but feel like I’d done enough. That I didn’t have to step back into the ring ever again, knowing that…and as cocky as this might sound…knowing that I would go down in history as one of the absolute best to ever do this…”

Crowd: “HUDSON! HUDSON! HUDSON!”

Hudson: “But is you people that do that, that chant my name, that always make me want to come back. You see, I uh…”

He looks down and shakes his head, not looking at the cameras as he continues.

Hudson: “I experienced a heavy loss while I was away. I’ve dealt with loss for the last few years. That loss turned me into a bitter old man, I guess you could say. I came down to this ring, and I hurt people. It was my way of venting. Of coping…”

Hudson scoffs and shakes his head once more before finally looking up, appearing slightly emotional.

Hudson: “I’ve always been considered violent. I’ve said as much. I’ve put that on full display when I’ve cut promos, or when I’ve competed. I did all that…I did all that for me. And while I was away, I realized that I don’t need to be angry anymore. That I need to be grateful for what I have. And I know…”

The crowd cheers, causing Hudson to lower the mic for a moment, to soak in all the adulation. He nods before speaking again.

Hudson: “And I know that it’s weird seeing me like this. Trust me, it’s weird for me to talking to you all like I am. I’ve never really done that. It’s never been in my nature, but here I am. I’ve always told you, whether you loved me or hated me, that I was going to always be real. That’s what I’m doing. And keeping with my nature is why I’m here now. Simon Lyman…”

Hudson pauses as the crowd boos at the mention of Simon’s name.

Hudson: “It is in my nature to protect those I care for. When you go…after someone I care for…that makes us enemies. Ask anyone in the back. Ask the legends of SCW. Ask those who no longer compete here what happens when you make an enemy out of me. You see, Simon…I said that I was violent. I was, and I still am. I did terrible, terrible things to others for myself. But when I do terrible...terrible things to someone for the wrongs they’ve done to someone I care about…”

Hudson walks over to the ropes, leaning into them as he glares at the Tron and the entrance ramp.

Hudson: “I become something else entirely. You attacked Bree on Twitter. You have trashed Amy every way that you can. Amy gave me a job to teach and train the future of this business, when I felt like I was at my lowest. Bree has helped me in ways she may not even realize. And you want to go after them? They won’t be intimidated, and that’s something you need to get through your head. Just as you need to get something else through your head. And would you like to know what that is, Simon?”

Hudson steps back from the ropes, speaking calmly.

Hudson: “You need to get it through your head, you need to understand that when I beat your ass, what you feel the next day…the following weeks, maybe even for the rest of your days…it won’t be your typical wrestling injuries. It’s going to be something far worse. And that’s not some cliché. That’s not some threat. That’s me being real with you. That’s me telling you that you should’ve stayed on commentary. That’s me telling you when we go to war, I’m putting your sorry ass down!”

“Hero” by Skillet plays as the crowd boos. Josh Hudson turns to the entrance way.

Sharper: “And we expected this.”

Knots: “But is it Simon or is it Lisa Archer, his comms person?”

The music plays for a few moments as Josh Hudson walks forward to the entrance way. Hudson watches as the crowd looks on and then Josh stops and turns as Simon Lyman slides into the ring. He gets up, microphone in hand. Josh Hudson turns and brings his arms up to fight, but Simon drops down and rolls to the floor. The crowd roars as the music fades out. Simon backs up.

Lyman: “Whoa! Whoa! Josh! Thinking I’m going to attack you!”

The crowd boos as Lyman walks around the ringside area.

Lyman: “I just decided to come to the ring. I was going to talk. I just know of your violent tendencies. You talked about them. I wanted to make sure you’d not jump me like the coward you are. That’s how you got your first title shot around here, right. I watched some tape. Good thing Mr. D isn’t around. Can’t beat him up to get what you want.”

Hudson: “Get in this ring, Simon!”

Lyman: “No! No, I’m not going to do that.”

Lyman shakes his head.

Lyman: “After the speech you gave, you clearly aren’t willing to just talk. You see Josh…I’m a stroke survivor! I’m a modern-day miracle. Not only have I recovered from that but I was THIS close to becoming the World Champion.”

Simon holds up his fingers, showing how close as the crowd boos.

Lyman: “But then again, that would give you something else to bitch about, never mind that it’s closer than that drunk will ever get to the World Title and frankly, Bree is too worried about her famous husband to get ahead anymore.”

Hudson: “Do you want me to just come out there and kick your ass!”

Lyman: “Try it, Josh! I said my statement last week…Go [bleep] yourself! I meant it! This should be Bree or Amy coming out, but they need you, the knight in shining armour to save them-“

Hudson: “No. They have more important things to deal with that someone who needs a good ass-kicking. And well, I was happy to oblige. And Simon…you know what…I’m not going to kick your ass tonight.”

The crowd boos.

Hudson: “Hold on, hold on.”

Hudson puts his hand up.

Hudson: “The reason being…I already talked to CHBK.”

Lyman: “That son of a bitch.”

Hudson: “Trust me, Simon…you and I both hate him. But he understands when something needs to be settled. So while you get your affairs in order over Christmas…I assume a very lonely one.”

Hudson looks at Simon as Simon shakes his head, scoffing.

Hudson: “But that’s fine. You can think a lot because at End of the Year Special. I’ve got you. And Simon, you’re not making it in your pathetic career to 2024. Because you and I…thirty minutes, ultimate submission. I’m going to make you my bitch! So get ready!”

Lyman: “No! I’m not! No!”

Hudson flips the microphone up in the air. Josh Hudson’s music plays throughout the arena. Hudson turns and exits the ring and drops down to the floor. Lyman turns to the announce table.

Lyman: “What the hell is that?’

Knots: “We don’t make decisions!”

Sharper: “Looks like you’re going to have to get ready!”

Lyman: “I don’t have a problem with him!”

Lyman turns as the crowd roars as Hudson heads to the back.

Sharper: “You do now. Ultimate submission. Thirty minutes. Most submissions wins. Hudson and Lyman at End of the Year Special!”

Knots: “New Year’s Eve is going to be a big night for Hudson and Lyman!”

Lyman turns and looks around before turning and reaching into his pocket and pulling out his cell phone. He dials a number before turning and starting to walk around the ring.

Lyman: “You need to deal with this. You need to!”

Lyman walks around as Hudson disappears to the back as the scene fades out.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see Jessica Winters with the SCW COO CHBK.

Winters: “Welcome back to Breakdown. Jessica Winters here with our COO Alex Desoubrais and you’ve mentioned you have an announcement to make.”

CHBK: “Yes and I won’t take up too much time. Unfortunately, at this point, we are trying to ascertain the whereabouts of Polly, formerly, Polly Playtime. She was in St. Paul, but has since disappeared. Colleen, her friend, is looking for her. But nonetheless, we are not going to provide a match we cannot deliver. That said, Aisling, her friend, has asked to take her spot. And so tonight, Kandis will face Aisling in singles action. As for Polly, we understand this has been a difficult year, but we hope she is safe.”

Winters: “Talk about a sudden change of plans and Polly’s career has been all over the place since Taking Hold of the Flame.”

CHBK: “We hope she can figure things out-“

CHBK turns as the camera pans out. Xander Valentine stands off to the side, arms folded across his chest.

CHBK: “Xander…how can I help you?”

Xander: “Easy. I want Holly Adams on the first Breakdown of 2024.”

The crowd roars.

CHBK: “I think I can arrange that.”

Xander: “I plan to make it a statement. She can bully all she wants, but the consequences of her actions will be LOUDLY felt. Last week…I heard what I needed to hear. I’m coming for the World Title one more time. And Holly Adams, I don’t have time for her pettiness, her selfishness, and her waste of time and space in this promotion. So she better be prepared for a war!”

The crowd roars as Xander turns and walks off. CHBK watches him leave before turning to Jessica.

CHBK: “It’s the giving season…”

CHBK walks off.

Derek Adonis vs. La Pequena Luz

SCW Television Championship

KABLAAAAAAAAAAM!!!

The opening horns of “Weird Al” Yankovic’s “Wanna B Ur Lovr” begin to play out over the crowd, meaning the crowd is about to be graced by the presence of a living love machine – the Man-Mountain known as Derek Adonis!

In a surprising turn of events, a casket, one seen at Breakdown two weeks earlier, starts to be pushed out from the back by crew members. The crowd looks on confused, some cheering, some just buzzing.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a fifteen minute time limit and is for the SCW Television Championship! First, on his way to the ring, from Las Vegas, Nevada, he is Man Mountain, Derek Adonis!”

The crew members push the casket to the ringside area and then spin it around and turn it to the ring. They then knock on the top. A few moments pass before the top opens and Adonis sits up and stretches. He yawns a bit and then turns and nods, thanking the crew members before starting to get up.

Sharper: “He’s…coming to the ring in that casket he was stuffed in two weeks ago.”

Knots: “Seems to like it. I mean, I think he was napping.”

Sharper: “I don’t even know what to think. And this after he sponsored a match we may never forget.”

Knots: “Konrad Raab and Kandis beat the hell out of each other in a match that had a pool of Adonis’s lube in it. I’m never going to forget that!”

He gets onto the apron and after winking at a particularly friendly female (probably the most receptive to advances of earlier), pulls himself through the ropes. He gyrates just a little bit in the ring (it’s better than his twerking – trust me) as his music fades. “Believe In Tomorrow” by Sunflower’s Garden begins to play as bright white lights begin flickering on and off on the stage in rhythm with the music. La Pequeña Luz skips out onto the stage with the kind of smile that could light up an entire room all on its own plastered to her face, dancing a bit to her theme song and waving her arms in an attempt to get the crowd pumped up, drawing cheers. As she looks down towards the ring, the smile fades as something seems to flicker through her mind, but she’s snapped out of the trance as Amelia Blythe slowly makes her way out, placing a comforting hand on Luz’s shoulder.

Phillips: “And his opponent, accompanied by Amelia Blythe, from Tulancingo, Hidalgo, Mexico, she is one half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions and the SCW Television Champion, she is La Pequena Luz!”

With a quick kiss to her cheek, Luz’s smile returns as the two proceed to lock hands before heading down to the ring, Amelia trying her best to keep up with Luz’s energetic skipping. Once they reach ringside, Luz pulls Amelia into a brief but passionate kiss before letting her go as she hops up onto the apron, grabbing the top rope before vaulting herself into a somersault into the ring, landing on her feet. Luz begins skipping around the ring, motioning once more for the fans to make some noise as they answer this call while Amelia takes her place in Luz’s corner on the floor, chuckling to herself and shaking her head at Luz’s energy. Luz removes her robe and hands it off to Amelia, who gives some last minute advice and words of encouragement as she does so. Luz hands Amelia her Tag Team Championship before handing the SCW Television Championship to the official. The official raises it over his head as the SCW Television Championship logo comes across the screen.

Sharper: “Derek Adonis is going to be threat here. We’ve already seen Amelia Blythe make a challenge to Diamond Steele too. Things moving for the World Tag Team Champions.”

Knots: “Yeah, but don’t try to take on too much. We know they have many targets on their back.”

The bell sounds. Adonis struts a bit as La Pequena Luz shakes her head. She then lunges at Adonis and the two lock up. Adonis then pushes Luz back into the corner. Adonis then looks at her and smiles before extending a hand to her. La Pequena Luz reluctantly shakes his hand before Adonis pulls her in and hits a hip throw. He goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Luz kicks out. Both get up and Adonis scoops her up, but Luz spins through and lands behind him. Adonis turns and Luz runs past him. Adonis turns around as Luz jumps up and grabs his arm, twisting through with an arm drag. Adonis rolls through and gets up and turns and Luz hits a drop toe hold. She then moves to the arm and wrenches it.

Sharper: “Adonis uniquely getting the first volleys before Luz turning it around.”

Knots: “I don’t think Adonis is going to be outquicking Luz.”

Sharper: “Ya think?”

Adonis winces as Luz holds on. Adonis gets up and pushes Luz into the ropes. He then steps back and throws her into the ropes. Luz bounces off and Adonis lowers his head. Luz jumps up, backflipping down his back. Adonis turns around and Luz hits a dropkick. Luz goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Adonis kicks out. Both get up and Luz forearms Adonis in the jaw and then again before turning and running into the ropes. She bounces off and goes for a cartwheel to evade Adonis, but Adonis follows her and then hits a hip check, knocking her down into the corner. Luz gets up and turns and Adonis scoops her up and turns and hits a fall forward slam. He hooks the leg.

1!

2!

Luz kicks out.

Sharper: “Adonis showing some quick thinking.”

Knots: “He never took her eyes off Luz. His…uh…personality helping him here!”

Sharper: “That’s one way to put it.”

Luz turns and gets up as Adonis walks over and knees her in the ribs. He hits a snapmare. He then hits an elbow drop. Luz rolls over, wincing in pain. Adonis follows up with another elbow drop. Luz rolls over and moves to the ropes. Adonis grabs her and lifts her up and then whips her into the ropes. Luz ends up at the ropes and stops. Adonis runs after and Luz hits a drop toe hold into the middle rope. Luz spins away as Adonis slowly fights to his feet and Luz hits a dropkick, knocking Adonis through the ropes and to the apron, standing in front of his casket that he came to the ring in. Adonis fights up to his feet as Luz runs across the ring, bounces off and then dives over the top rope, hitting a crossbody and driving Adonis into the casket. She rolls off as Adonis grimaces in pain.

Sharper: “Luz knocks Adonis back onto the casket he’s still rolling around in.”

Knots: “I think he’s regretting coming to the ring in it!”

Sharper: “Just forcing the air out.”

Luz gets up. (1) She walks around the casket and climbs onto the apron. (2) She reaches forward and grabs Adonis and drags him up. (3) She turns and throws him into the ring. Adonis rolls through and slowly gets up. Luz then springboards to the top rope and hits a corkscrew crossbody, taking him down for the pin.

1!

2!

Adonis kicks out. Luz rolls off and gets up. Adonis rolls over and staggers up. Luz then jumps to the middle rope and dives back, going for a hurricanrana, but Adonis counters with a sitout powerbomb.

1!

2!

Luz rolls her shoulder up and rolls away. Adonis falls back and rolls over. Luz moves to the corner and Adonis runs at her and Luz steps out only for Adonis to hit a clothesline. Adonis takes a few deep breaths as he turns and grabs Luz.

Sharper: “Adonis finding a second wind.”

Knots: “He took some Primes before the match. They’re kicking in.”

Adonis walks around and pulls up his pants. He then grabs Luz and pulls her up and clubs her in the back once and then again before hoisting Luz up and managing to hold her up for a bit of a hanging vertical suplex. Adonis gets up and moves into the ropes, bouncing off and jumping up, but Luz gets her knees up. Adonis rolls through. He rolls over, holding his knees in pain. He starts to get up and Luz then gets up and jumps up and hits a frankensteiner. Adonis ends up on his back. Luz turns and exits to the apron. She then climbs up to the top rope. She winces a bit and looks down at Adonis and then dives off with a Caer del Cielo. The crowd ohs as Luz hits and gets all of it, but rolls off, holding her ribs in pain.

Sharper: “Luz got all of the Caer del Cielo. Shades of her father.”

Knots: “Got all of it, but took a lot out of her.”

Sharper: “Maybe a bit of respect for what Adonis could do. Again, Luz has been going a hard pace for the last few weeks. The challenge of the TV Championship and I wonder if she wanted to make sure she got all of it.”

Knots: “Well she did, but it may have knocked the wind out of her too!”

Luz rolls over and slowly gets up. She then crawls over to Adonis and hooks the leg.

1!

2!

Adonis rolls his shoulder up. The crowd ohs. Luz gets up and turns and walks around the ring. She then grabs Adonis. Adonis reaches up and hits a jawbreaker in defense. Luz staggers back. She shakes off the cobwebs and steps up only for Adonis to hit a running body avalanche. He then winces and falls to the ropes. He then grabs Luz and pulls her up. He hoists her up and goes for the Oops but Luz shifts her weight and lands behind him and hits the Lights Out. She turn sand goes for the pin.

1!

2!

3!

The crowd roars and the bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, and still SCW Television Champion, La Pequena Luz!”

Amelia rolls into the ring and Luz gets up as the cheers turn to boos as we see Konrad Raab, Ludvig Eriksson and Dakon Theron run to the ring and slide in. Ginny Raab stops at ringside as Raab gets up and runs over to Adonis and mounts him, hammering away. Amelia steps forward and nails Theron with a shot only for Eriksson to kick Amelia in the ribs and then run her into the corner. Theron then turns and pulls out a chain and nails Luz in the ribs when she heads at him. She goes down as Theron then whips Luz with the chain. Luz rolls over as the bell sounds again. Eriksson gets a few shots in on Blythe before she forearms him, only for Theron to run over and nail her in the head with the chain. Blythe staggers forward and Eriksson then hoists her up and Theron hits the European United Drop. Adonis struggles, bloodied now from Raab’s assault and Theron turns and tosses the chain at Adonis. Adonis rolls over and Raab then places the chain around his neck.

Sharper: “Theron and Eriksson overcoming the World Tag Team Champions while Raab has bloodied Derek Adonis!”

Knots: “He is not happy about last week’s match. About facing Kandis in a match sponsored by Adonis’s lube!”

Sharper: “And he’s choking the life out of Adonis!”

The bell sounds again as Adonis struggles and reaches out before starting to go limp. Eriksson and Theron keep an eye on the World Tag Team Champions before officials run down to the ring. Several enter the ring. Theron and Eriksson try to keep them back, but Raab lets go as officials come in, some checking on Adonis and others, getting Raab back. Raab looks at his fists and wipes them on his shirt before looking down at Adonis yelling at him. The crowd boos as Adonis remains down, bloodied and unconscious from the chokeout. The crowd boos as the scene fades to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage, we see Konrad Raab storming backstage, Dakon Theron, Ginny Raab, and Ludvig Eriksson behind him. Raab storms over to a camera.

Raab: “That! That was what happens when I have to deal with that bullshit! That was a travesty last week. I GET Kandis and I have to fight her in that! No…no…and Derek, I hope the advertisement was worth it. You best never be seen again! And Kandis….all this makes me want to face you again. To be able to FINALLY get rid of you ONCE and FOR ALL!”

Raab shoves the camera back, causing the cameraman to stumble and fall over before Raab and the European Fiery Nation walk off.

“This is How A Heart Breaks” plays throughout the arena. The crowd roars as the cameras turn to the entrance way. A few moments pass before CHBK walks out from the back, wearing a suit, and holding an envelope in his hand. He walks down the rampway and to the ring.

Sharper: “The voting is over and so now it’s to figure out who will be challenging the SCW World Champion at the End of the Year Special. Who will get their first ever one on one World Championship shot.”

Knots: “Fans voted on it. Let’s see what they had to say.”

CHBK walks down the rampway to the ringside area. He walks around the ring to the steel steps. He then walks up them and into the ring. He steps forward and looks out at the crowd and smiles before going to the corner and asking for a microphone. He’s handed one by Jason Phillips. CHBK turns and heads to the middle of the ring as the crowd looks on and the music fades out.

CHBK: “First before I discuss what I’m out here, I need to make an announcement.”

CHBK looks out at the crowd.

CHBK: “Last week, as part of Fatal Fortunes, I had been informed that Selena Frost had agreed to return-“

The crowd boos loudly. CHBK looks out at the crowd. He just nods.

CHBK: “So I take it you didn’t mind she wasn’t here?”

The crowd cheers some, but some boos continue.

CHBK: “Nonetheless, due to an internal mistake and misunderstanding, we advertised Selena Frost when she had not agreed to appear. And for that, regardless of whether you are a True Believer or not, we apologize for misleading our fans.”

The crowd boos a bit before a faint “We Believe!” chant starts to break out, only to be very quickly overtaken by a “No We Don’t!” chant. CHBK listens to this for a few moments before holding his hand up in the air.

Sharper: “And St. Paul doesn’t seem to have too many True Believers.”

Knots: “Nope…not at all.”

Sharper: “Stunning. Just stunning..”

CHBK: “Well don’t worry. Selena won’t be involved in this!”

The crowd roars. CHBK chuckles a bit.

CHBK: “See, you all have been voting for some time to determine who will receive their first ever one on one World Championship shot at the End of the Year Special. It’s a bit of a tradition around here. And we’ll see who will get the opportunity of a lifetime, all thanks to all of you. Who will go on to face either Asher Hayes or Autumn Valentine, depending on the results of tonight’s Chamber match.”

CHBK pauses as the crowd cheers as the cameras cut to the Chamber structure hanging over the ring.

CHBK: “And I have the results right here.”

CHBK holds up the envelope.

CHBK: “Without further ado…”

CHBK takes the envelope and opens it up. He then slides the card out and smirks a bit.

CHBK: “It seems that the fans have been a bit more indecisive this year. Because we have a tie.”

The crowd roars.

CHBK: “And as per the precedent set in the past, we will see both getting the possible shot. What we’re going to do is that the TWO individuals who have tied at the top of the voting will face each other to start of the End of the Year Special and then the winner will get their first ever one on one World Championship opportunity. So…”

CHBK stops for a moment.

CHBK: “The first of the two who received the most votes…Kelsai Adamson!”

The crowd roars as “Savin Me” by Nickelback plays. The cameras cut backstage to see Kelsai Adamson stunned before Chance Owens smiles and she turns to him. He embraces her as Kelsai looks around, still stunned. We even see Adam Brock applauding in the background as Amy Chastaine does the same.

Sharper: “Kelsai Adamson, a former GCW Champion. She’s been wanting to get to the top and it looks like fans have taken to her more aggressive approach with Chance Owens!”

CHBK: “And joining her to face her to start off the night…”

CHBK looks around.

CHBK: “The current, at least at this point, United States Champion…Deanna Frost!”

The crowd roars and some cheer, others boo, before “People Like Us” by Kelly Clarkson plays throughout the arena. We cut backstage to see Deanna Frost in her wrestling gear looking at the monitor stunned. She leans back as we see Amelia Blythe and La Pequena Luz congratulating her.

Sharper: “Deanna Frost. She gets the opportunity to face Kelsai Adamson. The two top vote getters!”

Knots: “And what’s that going to do for her focus. And The One also has a title shot too. So tonight may not even be the end of that! No matter what happens!”

Sharper: “And Deanna looks stunned. A wild couple of weeks for her.”

Deanna Frost scoffs a bit. We cut to the ring.

CHBK: “And so at End of the Year Special 2023 – Kelsai Adamson and Deanna Frost will meet. The winner will face the World Champion, either Asher Hayes or Autumn Valentine. And the winner will walk out 2023 and start 2024 with the greatest championship in professional wrestling. Now that’s a way to celebrate the end of the year! Good luck to Kelsai and Deanna! And much more to come here tonight- Kirsten Scott’s Trios Cash-in. The Chamber will take place tonight. Three titles on the line inside. Breakdown has more. And thank you SCW Fans for your support!”

“This is How a Heart Breaks” plays as CHBK turns and hands off the microphone. He turns and exits the ring.

Sharper: “CHBK laying it all out. End of the Year Special will see either Kelsai Adamson or Deanna Frost challenge either Asher Hayes or Autumn Valentine depending on what happens tonight. Add the Open Invitational. Add Hudson and Lyman.”

Knots: “Talk about a big night and 2023 may be ending very painfully for some people. Kelsai and Deanna have to go through each other.”

CHBK starts to walk to the back.

Sarah Wolf is shown backstage, sitting on a storage crate. She steps up as Jaina Lancaster walks over to her.

Wolf: “Took you long enough.”

Jaina: “A lot of moving parts.”

Wolf: “Including Polly moving right out of this building. Interesting for someone who has caused several calamities to need to be dealt with kid gloves. Well…”

Wolf looks at her hands.

Wolf: “I don’t have kid gloves. I just have hands that I want to wrap around her neck and choke out whatever convinced her getting involved in my business was as good idea. And she’s not here. I’ve already choked her out once. She tried to do it to me. I mean, we should see what happens in the rubber match. And she’s not here. I hate to speak of coincidences…”

Wolf then looks off.

Wolf: “Nonetheless, whenever Polly is found, someone should tell her that she may be best served never returning. I’m not someone who you anger and gets off without a piece missing!”

Wolf leans over Jaina before turning and heading off. The scene cuts to black.

COMMERCIALS

We open up backstage to see TJ Johnson with a filming camera.

Johnson: “You sure?”

Katie: “TJ. This is a perfect idea. I mean, while everyone is acting like the favourites, people love the underdog in wrestling and in the movies. We’re going to do this independent style. Low-budget. Beautifully directed, and a plot that will tug at the heart-strings. Namely, my desire to win the World Tag Team Championship and Gigi’s desire to win a singles title. And it’s going to happen.”

Johnson: “CHBK seems pretty set on things-“

Katie: “Please. I know how to convince people like him, the voters, and ANYONE else. Plus SCW will see the money. Just film. And a goddessly project will follow!”

Katie smiles as TJ shrugs and follows Katie as we cut to the ring.

Kimberly Williams vs. Crystal Zdunich

The entire arena fades to black as we are left in nothing but darkness. All of a sudden Crystal's voice can be heard all throughout the speaker systems.

"YOUR SMILE MAKES MY HEART EXPLODE... THANK YOU FOR WAKING ME UP!!!!"

As soon as that is said explosions can be heard going off as we are treated to some flame pyros.

Smile Bomb by 17thekid plays across the speakers and it is at that moment when the crimson red haired "Burning Rose" Crystal Zdunich walks from the curtains. She makes her way to the ring. Crystal is focused as she walks to the ring with a purpose.

Phillips: “The following contest is a underground rules match with a twenty minute time limit. First, from Los Angeles, California, she is the Burning Rose, Crystal Zdunich!”

She however slaps the outstretched hands of fans along the way. She runs up the stairs and walks to the middle of the apron. She flicks her hair before she drops down into a split that gains the pop of the entire crowd. She slides into the ring and as soon as she is inside she kips up to her feet. She tosses her Shoto inspired hoodie out of the ring as she awaits the start of the match.

Sharper: “Zdunich has had a target on her back. That being from The Enigma. We saw The Enigma make his presence felt after Zdunich and Diamond Steele tried to lock him in the boiler room.”

Knots: “And now she has to go to war with a nutjob. With Kimberly Williams in her domain. The Underground!”

The lights go out, except for a single spotlight at the top of the stage. The opening chords to “Patient Number 9” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play.  A haunting voice is heard…

"Is there a way out of here?"
"Hey, how long you been here?"
"I wanna go home"
"Hey, hahaha"
"Hahaha"
"Excuse me, could you tell how to get out of here?"
"Hahaha"
"I want to go home"
"Hahaha"
"Mommy, mommy"

The song begins to rage full bore now. Suddenly the lights come back on and Kimberly Williams is standing at the top of the stage to a loud, mostly positive, reaction from the fans.  A sinister smirk is on her face as she ponders what she is about to do tonight. Wasley is in her hands

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Boston, Massachusetts, she is the Wild Card, Kimberly Williams!”

She winks at the fans before pointing towards the ring and making a beeline towards it.  She slides into the ring underneath the bottom rope.  Kimberly then poses in the center of the ring to another loud reaction from the fans.  The music slowly dies down and Kimberly goes to a corner to await the start of the match, placing Wasley down.

Sharper: “And Kimberly Williams is going to hope to build on the chaos she caused last week. Attacking Datura, two members of the House of James and the James Evans himself.”

Knots: “If anyone has a target on her back, it’s Kim! And Crystal is going to add to it! Here she comes!”

The bell sounds. Crystal with a clothesline and then goes for another but Kim ducks it, hits the ropes, and comes off with a head scissors takedown.  Kim with an axe kick and a spinning heel kick. Williams with a discuss elbow.  Kim with a scissors kick sending Crystal Zdunich tumbling to the outside.  Williams with a baseball slide into a head scissors takedown on the outside.  Kim delivers a snap suplex to Crystal on the outside.  Kim snatches Wasley from her corner and holds up high in the air to loud cheers from the fans.  Crystal gets up and turns around only to get floored with a shot to the face from Wasley!  Kim kisses Wasley and places him back in the corner.

Sharper: “That damn penguin! Wasley with the assist!”

Knots: “Always look out for the penguin! Always! Sneaky bastard!”

Sharper: “And now what the hell is Kim looking for!”

Kimberly reaches underneath the ring and produces a barbed wire board.  She pulls Zdunich up and delivers a release German suplex onto the barbed wire board!  Kim pulls Zdunich up but Zdunich rakes the eyes.  She smashes Kim face first against the steel steps.  Crystal then back suplexes Kim onto the barbed wire board.  Crystal pulls Kim up and goes for a suplex but Kim floats over, lands on her feet, and drops her with a reverse ddt on the concrete floor. The Woman Scorned reaches back underneath the ring and finds a steel chair wrapped in barbed wire.  Kim takes the chair and climbs to the ring apron.  With a running start she jumps off, driving the barbed wire chair onto Zdunich’s back!

Sharper: “Good lord! Kimberly Williams bringing up the violence right from the start. Wasley, the barbed wire board, the chair with barbed wire. Trying to destroy Zdunich!”

Knots: “Looks like she’s sending a message to James. He wants to fight violence with violence. Kim has no problem with violence!”

Williams rolls Zdunich back into the ring.  Kim with a second rope blockbuster.  She covers…

1…

…2Kickout!

Williams applies a leg grapevine. Crystal fights to the ropes and reaches them after about fifteen seconds, originally this would force a break but this is no DQ.  Kim smirks and keeps the hold locked in for a few more seconds before breaking the hold.  Kim drapes that leg over the bottom rope. Kim leaps up and cannonballs the leg.  She does so two more times.  Kim then delivers a dragon screw out in the center of the ring.  Williams turns Crystal over into a single leg crab.  Crystal won’t give up just yet.  Kim keeps the hold applied for about several seconds, before releasing the hold. The Woman Scorned pulls Crystal back to her feet and sets up for another dragon screw but Zdunich counters with an enziguri.  Zdunich shakes the feeling back into her leg while Kim recovers.  Zdunich with a tilt a whirl arm drag. Zdunich with Flashing Lights, dropping Kim flat on her back.  Zdunich then with a snap mare into a dropkick to Kim’s face. Zdunich hits the ropes and delivers a handspring moonsault, Smell the Roses.  The cover…

1…

…2No! Kim kicks out!

Sharper: “Zdunich fighting through the pain on her legs to hit the Smell the Roses. Maybe didn’t get all of it.”

Knots: “But she got enough. And even with the two count, she’s not stopping.”

Crystal with a body slam and then another snap mare takeover.  Crystal measures Kim for another Flashing Lights.  She goes for it but Williams catches the foot and snaps off another dragon screw.  Kim immediately wraps Zdunich up in a bow and arrow submission.  Kim keeps the hold locked in for about fifteen seconds before releasing it.  Kim drags Zdunich her leg towards a corner. Kim exits the ring and drags Zdunich by her leg to the steel ring post.  Kim viciously wraps Zdunich’s leg against the steel ring post once, twice, and three times.  Kim then grabs a steel chair and smashes the chair between the leg and the steel ring post.

Sharper: “Back to the knee! That chair! My God!”

Knots: “Zdunich may not be able to run from the Enigma later at this point. That’s if she survives against Kim!”

Williams locks in a ring post assisted figure four.  Williams keeps the hold locked in tight for about ten seconds.  Kim releases the hold.  Kim smirks devilishly as she reaches underneath the ring and produces a water pistol.  She aims it at Crystal’s face and sprays ghost pepper hot sauce into her face.  Kim reaches back underneath the ring and produces a bag.  She brings it into the ring and pours its contents…thumbtacks and broken glass…all over the mat…but Crystal has used the ropes to pull herself up.  Kim turns around and goes for Morrigna’s Wrath but Crystal holds the top rope down and sends Kim hurtling over the top rope.  Crystal goes up to the top and comes off with a meteora off the top onto Kim hanging on for the cover…

1…

…2Kickout!

Kim pops back up and goes for a roundhouse kick but Crystal ducks and connects with a leg sweep takedown followed by a seated senton.  Crystal reaches underneath the ring and produces a Singapore cane.  She blasts Kim in the back and ribs and then finally in the head with it.  Crystal goes to the ring apron and leaps off with a bulldog takedown to Kim on the outside.  Crystal reaches underneath the ring and brings out a table. She sets up outside near where Kim is laying.  Crystal drapes Kim on the table and then climbs up to the top turnbuckle.  Zdunich with a moonsault off the top onto Kim through the table below!  The cover…

1…

2…Kickout!

Sharper: “Only two! The moonsault sends Kim through the table. But only gets two.”

Knots: “Crystal’s fighting through everything. And somehow keeps finding a way to match Kim!”

Crystal slowly pulls herself up. She snatches but, unknown to Zdunich, Kim has grabbed hold of a staple gun.  Kim uses it to staple her ass, stunning her. Kim then charges and delivers Shadowblade to Zdunich. Kim takes Zdunich and slingshots her face first into the steel ring post. Williams finds the barbed wire steel chair and places it nearby. Then she snap suplexes Crystal onto the barbed wire chair. Kim reaches underneath the ring and produces a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire. Kim smashes the bat over Crystal’s exposed back once, twice, and then a third time. Williams holds the barbed wire bat up and the fans cheer loudly.

Sharper: “And that bat doing the damage.”

Knots: “Kim alone has put Minnesota out of barbed wire with these weapons.”

Kim pulls Zdunich back up and rolls her into the ring.  Kim with a springboard cross body but Crystal ducks out of the way and Kim lands on the pile of tacks and broken glass.  Zdunich with a hair toss to Kim and then a springboard dropkick.  Zdunich goes up to the top turnbuckle.  She waits as Kim negotiates her way back to her feet.  Crystal goes for a hurricinrana but Kim catches her in mid-air and turns it into the Angel’s Arch, her variation of the lion tamer, strategically placing Crystal’s face directly on top of the pile of broken glass and thumbtacks.

Sharper: “Shades of Dillusion and Jason Wheeler. Crystal locked in the Angel’s Arch in the glass and tacks!”

Knots: “Her face is in them! Kim is either going to make her tap or maim her!”

Kimberly keeps the hold locked in as tightly as she can.  Crystal is in a tough situation, any movement she makes means Crystal would have to drag herself through that pile of glass and tacks; Kim then leans back on the Angel’s Arch even more.  Finally, after fifteen more excruciating seconds, Crystal taps out. The crowd roars. The bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via submission, Kimberly Williams!”

Sharper: “Kimberly Williams makes Crystal Zdunich tap out to the Angel’s Arch! The pain too much.”

Knots: “She can lock in holds and she can be as violent as anyone. Kimberly Williams reminding the world of what we always knew.”

Sharper: “And Kimberly Williams is just doing all she can to prepare to hopefully get her hands on James Evans again.”

Kimberly Williams lets go and holds her arms up. She then looks around as her music plays. She then looks around the ring before going over to Wasley and raising the stuffed penguin into the air. She then plays to the crowd before the scene cuts away.

Sharper: “Let’s go backstage where Jaina Lancaster stands by with the challenger to the SCW Underground Champion tonight in the Chamber – that’s Cassie Wolfe. Jaina?”

The scene cuts backstage where Cassie Wolfe stands next to Jaina Lancaster, clearly amped up.

Jaina: “Thank you Adam. Cassie, big night for you tonight. Chosen by The One Kirsten Scott to challenge for the title. You made a hell of an impression in the Chamber match at Under Attack. It’s another Chamber match tonight. Slightly different rules. You said 2024 was going to be the year you’d get SCW gold. But it may come early.”

Wolfe: “Yes it may…and you know what. To be in the Chamber, to challenge for the Underground Championship. I know James Evans has his House of James. They won’t be involved. And I think I did pretty well in the last Chamber. And that’s why I’m here. So be it. I’m going to take advantage of it. I’ve had a few underground style matches this year in some other promotions. Time for me to show what I can do in SCW. I said I’d finally win some gold next year. I’m going to make good on it tonight. I’m going to take on a former World Champion. Someone who wants to make a change. Don’t worry – the change is going to be that the future is here and I’m going to take that title and hold it with pride. James…get ready because I’m coming to make the best of this!”

Jaina: “Good luck tonight Cassie. We’re pulling for you.”

Wolfe: “Thanks.”

Wolfe turns and starts to head off before we see Lisa Archer walking into the scene.

Archer: “A-ha!”

Wolfe stops and turns as Jaina turns to Lisa Archer.

Archer: “We figured you’d let it slip. Playing favourites. You are as bad as your mother, Jaina.”

Jaina: “I’m my own person. And I wished her luck. It’s a big opportunity for her.”

Archer: “And you said we’re pulling for you. Who’s that? You? After you showed clear bias against the Holly Adams Brand. We know you’ll never give my client a fair interview. It’s getting increasingly clear that you’re not cut out for much.”

Jaina: “Excuse me?”

Wolfe: “Jaina, do you-“

Jaina: “Thanks, but I can handle this.”

Archer: “Handle this? Are you threatening a manager? Are you going to get physical? It may give a flash of glory for your wrestling career, but given your success there…and with interviewing. Perhaps we need an intern to get coffee. Maybe get your mother a drink.”

Jaina: “You son of a bitch-“

Wolfe: “Enough!”

Wolfe steps up in front of Jaina.

Wolfe: “Clearly you’re here to cause trouble. I saw you watching from over there. How about telling your client…Simon Lyman? The so-called legend. That maybe he should focus on not falling on his ass…or showing it…yeah, I watched. I wish I didn’t. Instead of tormenting interviewers.”

Archer: “Be careful. You’re young. Don’t fall into the wrong crowd…like this one.”

Archer turns and walks off as Wolfe turns to Jaina.

Wolfe: “You okay?”

Jaina: “Fine. But it’s a bit more than that…focus on your match. Don’t worry about her or Simon or anything else.”

Wolfe nods and pats Jaina on the back before heading off.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see Kimberly Williams walking around the ring, microphone in her hand, Wasley under her other arm.

Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown. Kimberly Williams has not left the ring-“

Kim: “So Wasley! Did you like the ass-kicking I gave Crystal Zdunich?”

The crowd cheers as Kim looks around.

Kim: “What? You want me to cause more chaos? Spill more blood?”

Kim looks around as the crowd erupts with more cheers.

Kim: “Well don’t worry. I have those plans.”

Kim places Wasley down on the mat and walks around the ring.

Kim: “I don’t know if you’ve noticed but something seems missing and has been for a few weeks. And while you went after Angelica, don’t worry, James, I’m going to make everything hurt more. You can get as personal as you want, the fact is, that this already became personal because you went after MY Title!”

Kim looks around.

Kim: “And that’s why I’m out here. James…I know you may lose it and part of me hope it. And trust me, I know you’ll probably blame me, when I sent you all the way down, from the top of that ladder through those tables…How was it? Violent enough for you? Going to fight it with some violence of your own?’

Kim smirks.

Kim: “What about Pain or whoever else I took out? See, I’m not going to just sit still. You should’ve had your ass handed to you thanks to me. Because if you want to fight violence with violence, I’ll say this…I know your history, James. And I don’t care. I know I can out do you in what sick and twisted things we do. Why? I’m CRAZY you moron!”

Kim throws her arms in the air.

Kim: “I have a pet hamster I talk to. I have a stuffed penguin that is bringing in more merch money than half the roster. And I will do anything I have to because I care about the Underground Division and the chaos I can do!”

Kim looks at the crowd.

Kim: “And all the Kimmymaniacs like chaos! Like Fatal Fortunes! And didn’t you like that chaos? Well…I liked most of it…”

The crowd looks on.

Kim: “Because James, while I will get my hands on you and I will get my title back and I will make you regret even making ME the focus of your cult and your stupid idea of changing wrestling. Trust me…wrestling family here…royalty even. This is a sport about gratuitous violence and I specialize in it. Right my Kimmymaniacs?!”

She puts her hand to her ear as the crowd cheers. Kim nods.

Kim: “But this is where I have to be sad and serious, because I’m seeing someone I’ve helped. Someone who is a friend and someone who needs a wake-up call. See…Cults are bad!”

Kim throws her arms up.

Kim: “And it seems like Datura…”

The crowd boos some. Kim sighs.

Kim: “Datura….I-“

Datura: “What?”

The crowd boos some as Datura walks out from the back, microphone in her hand.

Datura: “Kim…we’ve done everything to each other.”

Kim: “And it seems like you’re doing everything to stand in my way. You know how important that title is to me!”

Datura: “Yeah…and you know how important the Unsanctioned Title WAS to me…I moved on. Maybe you should too. Maybe James Evans is doing something worth considering.”

The crowd boos.

Kim: “I don’t want to move on. I’ve got what I’m good at and these fans love it!”

The crowd roars as Datura sighs.

Datura: “That’s sad, Kim. Sometimes you need to evolve-“

Kim: “To what? Get better? I’m already good there. I’ll take on the best. They can take me on in my domain and they can bring me what they want, Datura. What? You want me to face you in a submission match? Not going to happen, Datura. And it’s not because I’m scared. It’s because it’s boring!”

The crowd roars.

Datura: “I beg to differ-“

Kim: “Says the person who is on the verge of joining a cult!”

Datura: “It’s not a cult, Kim-“

Kim: “Trust me. I know cults. It’s a cult. The cultiest of cults. Tom Cruise is jealous!”

Datura: “You have no clue. James Evans is someone who made me realize what I can do-“

Kim: “And that’s get in my way.”

Datura: “Maybe I’m trying to help you.”

Kim: “You want to help…stay out of my way, Datura. Because I’m getting my title back…and if you want to get in my way…you want to take another beating, I’m game…but I’m not going to leave the Underground. James Evans says fight violence with violence. Embrace it then Datura. Prove me to me that you’re just a follower. That’s what will be sad. You can even try to go hold for hold…but you know you won’t survive.”

Datura: “Maybe, Kim. Maybe not. But I’m not going anywhere. I’ve spent too much time thinking in 2023. In 2024, I’m giving back!”

Kim: “Then maybe I need to take back your confidence…remember that…because NOTHING is stopping me from getting the Underground Championship back around MY waist. And James can then go back to just saying a lot that no one cares about!”

Kim stops for a moment.

Kim: “Choice is yours, friend.”

Kim drops the microphone as “Patient No. 9” starts to play throughout the arena. Datura looks at the ring, shaking her head. She turns to the back as Kim turns and grabs Wasley and hoists the stuffed penguin up in the air. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Kimberly Williams has a goal. We knew it involved James Evans. But clearly Datura may be a problem too.”

Knots: “That’s if James Evans is still the champion.”

Sharper: “And James Evans has been watching. He’s backstage with Jessica Winters. Jessica?”

The scene cuts to backstage where Jessica Winters stands with James Evans, while the four members of the House of James stand around him.

Winters: “Thank you Adam. James Evans with me. And he was watching what Kimberly Williams and Datura had to say. You’re also defending the Underground Championship against Cassie Wolfe in the Chamber in Kirsten Scott’s Trios Contract cash-in.”

James: “I did not realize that the One had a problem with me. Another name to remember.”

James looks around at the members of the House of James.

James: “As for Kim, we will deal with her whenever the rematch is signed. And it’s promising to hear Datura understanding what we are doing. And to see that she understands I was only trying to help. Kim can stand in our way all she wants. She cannot stop what we are doing. We will take over, through hearts, minds, blood, and violence. It’s as simple as that. She can dismiss us as a cult. It’s a shame she doesn’t understand.”

James shrugs.

James: “Not my problem. She’s already seen enough pain her way and she wants more. We will deliver it. Her respond last week…it has only led us to pursue our aims more. She is exactly what we are fighting against. And after I get through Cassie Wolfe. Kim…if you wish to fail at my feet again, I’ll be waiting. And Datura can stand along the House of James smiling as we accomplish what we set out to do.”

James turns and looks at the House of James before walking off. Mordred, Harker, Pain and Lues follow as the scene cuts to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage, Bree Lancaster, Jaina Lancaster and Amy Chastaine are talking in one of the locker rooms.

Jaina: “Look, I’m fine-“

Amy: “Still not making it okay.”

Jaina: “I can handle myself.”

Amy: “And you shouldn’t have to.”

Bree: “Josh may make this all moot. The fool wants to be in a submission match with Josh.”

Amy: “He better learn his lesson. I’m just trying to get back in the ring, build some success, see where I feel like making a difference and all of this.”

Jaina doesn’t say anything to Amy.

Bree: “You need to keep ignoring him. He’s trying to get under your skin. We all know this.”

Jaina: “Aunt Bree is right.”

Amy: “I know…”

Bree: “Look, sometimes you need to make that tough choice. In your case, it’s someone toxic. Just like Datura…her and I, she’s got a different priority right now. She’s getting drawn into this with James. I just can’t go that way.”

Amy: “For that I’m glad…”

Bree: “It just means that I’m going to be focusing more on a certain Adrenaline Champion. Hearing Adam Allocco trying to position him for a potential World Title match, to duck me…Not after what I feel for that title. And Datura and I, we both thought that. If she’s not going to focus there, if our tag efforts are on pause, then fine…I’m stepping up there. Just like you need to move on from Lyman. Let him burn out and go away.”

Jaina: “Preferably with a lot of pain.”

Bree: “Josh will take care of that.”

Jaina: “He better.”

Jaina heads off. Amy watches her leave.

Amy: “Me too.”

The scene cuts away.

Kandis vs. Polly

The opening of "Whore" by In This Moment fills the arena as red and pink lights swirl around...

{I'm the girl you've been thinking about, The one thing you can't live without
I'm the girl you've been waiting for
I'll have you down on your knees, I'll have you begging for more}

Kandis appears on the stage, a sultry smirk on her face as the crowd cheers. She turns and shows off her notorious rear end, swaying it back and forth...

{I can be, I can be your eve... ry... thing}

The lights dim as the music seems to pause a moment, then Kandis turns around, arms spread and feet wide apart as vocalist Maria Brink shouts:

{I CAN BE YOUR WHORE!}

Kandis starts down the ramp as the rest of the chorus continues, the sway in her hips ever present as she smirks at all the cheers, even blowing sarcastic kisses to the crowd.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a twenty minute time limit. First, on her way to the ring, from Santa Barbara, California, she is Kandis!”

{I am the dirt you created
I am your sinner, I am your whore
But let me tell you something, baby
You love me for everything you hate me for}

Kandis goes up the ring steps and enters the ring through the second and top rope slowly, making sure to show off her ass. The heavy music fades out as Kandis goes to her corner.

Sharper: “Kandis with a statement to start Breakdown. She still has every intention to compete for the World Title. Also, nothing resolved regarding Konrad Raab.”

Knots: “And she’s thankfully cleared after last week’s chaotic match. After getting slammed as she did, it could’ve been bad!”

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot, followed by a few girls giggling. “C’est La Vie” by B*Witched begins to play and Aisling steps out onto the stage from the backstage area, wearing a playful hot pink skirt with a matching hot pink tank top. She immediately waves at the crowd and does blow a few kisses, as the fans do start to cheer.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Glendale, Utah, she is Aisling!”

Aisling genuinely smiles before she starts to slowly come down the ramp, stopping along the way to deliver a few kisses on a few guys' cheeks who look to be around her age. Each of them appreciate her gesture and cheer her on even louder. Aisling nods before she goes and slides into the ring under the bottom rope. She lays on the mat for a few seconds before she stands up and raises her arms into the air. The crowd continues to cheer her as "C'est La Vie" begins to fade out. Aisling looks excited, ready, and raring to go.

Sharper: “Polly not here; that’s led to a couple of things. Concern given how she’s been acting as of late, but also it meant that this match was in jeopardy. Aisling has stepped up to take Polly’s spot.”

Knots: “She could make her name tonight. But I don’t know if she picked the right night to do that. Especially with how Kandis is tonight!”

The bell sounds as Kandis and Aisling step up to one another. They lock up in the middle of the ring and Kandis pulls Aisling into her knee. She knees her again and again before then rearing back and knocking her down with a hard right. Aisling hits the mat. She rolls over and gets up and Kandis nails her with a hard right. The official, Jennifer Cassidy, warns Kandis of the closed fists. Kandis hits a third one and Aisling falls back into the corner. Kandis grabs her and whips her across the ring. Kandis runs after and Aisling jumps up and goes to float over. Kandis stops at the corner. Aisling backs up. Kandis turns and kicks her in the ribs. She then scoops her up and slams her down. Aisling rolls over, wincing and crawling to the ropes.

Sharper: “Hard slam and Kandis just almost like a Terminator. Just staying right on Aisling.”

Knots: “Aisling is going to have to figure something out. Trick her, catch her, or something.”

Sharper: “And just remember – Kandis is a former World Champion. She is still gunning to get that title back. Wanting that rematch. Aisling has shown some flashes of brilliance, but as a singles wrestler, still finding her way.”

Aisling gets up and Kandis kicks her in the ribs before pulling her in and hitting a vertical suplex. Kandis get sup and hits a leg drop. She goes for the pin.

Aisling kicks out. Kandis rolls over and turns and grabs Aisling. Aisling fights to her feet and Kandis knees her in the ribs. She then turns and goes to throw her out of the ring. Aisling spins through and lands on the apron. Kandis walks back and turns, scoffing. She heads to Aisling and Aisling blasts her with a hard right. Kandis staggers back and Aisling pulls on the middle rope and flips into the ring before jumping up and hitting a dropkick. Kandis hits the mat. Kandis rolls over and stirs and Aisling runs over and snapmares her over. She dropkicks Kandis in the back of the head. Kandis rolls over in pain and starts to get up. Aisling then chops her. The crowd woos. She chops her again.

Sharper: “Aisling got her opening. Hard chops now.”

Knots: “And not letting up. Exactly what you need to do!”

Aisling hits a third chop. More woos. Aisling then grabs Kandis and goes for a running bulldog. Kandis however slips out and shoves her off. Aisling stops at the corner. Kandis runs at her and goes for a clothesline, but Aisling jumps up and moves into a crucifix and pulls her down.

Kandis kicks out. Both get up and Aisling goes for a clothesline, but Kandis ducks and spins around her. She then grabs Aisling and hoists her up with a high angle back suplex. Aisling rolls over in pain. She holds her head and neck and gets up and turns only for Kandis to scoop her up. She steps forward and throws Aisling across the ring with a fallaway slam.

Sharper: “Kandis throwing Aisling across the ring.”

Knots: “Just throwing her up and over. Like a storeroom employee. Maybe even indicative of what Kandis thinks of Aisling.”

Sharper: “At least tonight.”

Kandis turns and crawls over to Aisling and hooks the leg.

Aisling kicks out. She rolls over and reaches at the ropes. Kandis gets up and knees her in the ribs once and then again and again before pulling her back and going for a back suplex. Aisling falls back and into the corner. Kandis turns and goes for the Booty Call, but Aisling jumps up and boots her in the back. Kandis spins around and Aisling lands on her back and turns and locks in the tarantula. The crowd roars as Kandis grimaces in pain.

Kandis gets her shoulder up.

Sharper: “Nearfall! Aisling off the top! After the tarantula.”

Knots: “She’s getting crafty. Just as I said!”

Sharper: “But Kandis, look at that look.”

Kandis stirs, looking out, more annoyed as she gets up, holding her shoulder and turns as Aisling then jumps up for a hurricanrana. Kandis however throws her down with a release powerbomb. The crowd ohs. Kandis then bends over, grabbing Aisling’s legs and folding her over before hoisting her up and hitting a second powerbomb. Kandis walks around the ring, shaking out her shoulder from the tarantula. Aisling rolls over, not giving up, and fighting to her feet. She gets up and Kandis then just steps up and drills her with the Starmaker. The crowd ohs as Aisling falls to the mat. Kandis turns and hooks the leg.

Sharper: “Kandis with the Starmaker.”

Knots: “Kandis just said, she’s done.”

The crowd roars as the bell sounds. Kandis rolls off and looks at Aisling for a moment before getting up. Jennifer Cassidy raises her arm. Kandis holds it up for a moment before then pulling away. She walks forward to the ropes and looks out.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Kandis!”

Sharper: “And Kandis with a statement. An emphatic win. Aisling tried hard, and made this competitive, especially on short-notice, but it wasn’t enough.”

Knots: “Kandis got what she wanted. She knocked Aisling out with that kick.”

Sharper: “The World Champion better look out. Konrad Raab better look out. Everyone better look out!”

Kandis turns and walks around the ring as Cassidy turns to Aisling and checks on her. Kandis then steps out of the ring and to the floor. She walks around the ring and to the rampway before heading to the back.

“Psycho in my Head” plays as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a shot of “The One” Kirsten Scott walking out from her locker room. The crowd roars seeing her. She takes a few steps, followed by The Oracle and Hailey. The camera changes to show Deanna Frost walking out from her locker room, US Championship over her shoulder.

Sharper: “Next, folks. Chamber match. Three titles on the line in it. Three matches. World Title. Underground Title. And this matchup, for the US Title, between two top contenders now for the World Title. Talk about a match that could define SCW going forward. It’s next.”

Knots: “And all thanks to Kirsten Scott!”

The scene fades to black.

Chamber Match

The arena goes dark and there the crowd begins to buzz wondering who is coming out.  As "Sonne" by Rammstein begins to play, lasers begin to shoot across the arena to the beat, and a spotlight illuminates The Oracle on the entry way, back to the crowd, holding fingers up with the opening count-up.

Eins...
Zwei...
Drei...
Vier...
Fünf...
Sechs...
Sieben...
Acht...
Neun...

As she holds up the ninth finger, the song stops the countdown at its crescendo, and she throws her arms out to the side...

AUS!

Spotlights begin to swirl around the arena as the song continues, and "The One" Kirsten Scott walks out from backstage flanked by Hailey.  The pair end up on both sides of The Oracle, who turns around and spins to the opposite side of Kirsten from Hailey.  Kirsten and her compatriots begin their walk to the ring together with "The One" staring directly at her ultimate location inside the squared circle.

Phillips: “First, on her way to the ring, accompanied by Hailey and the Oracle, from Your Personal Nightmare, the challenger for the SCW United States Championship, she is the One, Kirsten Scott!”

As they reach the ring, Kirsten walks up the steel steps and into the Chamber. She walks over to the ring apron.  Hailey goes into the ring, directly behind her friend, jumping on the middle rope, and The Oracle stands on the floor directly beneath Kirsten.  Kirsten slowly raises her arm beside her, pointing one index finger in her own direction, while Hailey and The Oracle begin doing the same in Kirsten's direction as well, all signifying her former name, and now nickname, of "The One."

After taking a moment to stare into the hard cam, Kirsten swings her arm out in a "DELETE" motion, before quickly sliding into the open ropes from being stood on by Hailey, and immediately goes to her corner.  Hailey and The Oracle leave the Chamber as Scott goes into one of the pods.

Sharper: “This was her idea. She cashed in her Trios Tournament contract. The One Kirsten Scott has her opportunity to change the landscape.”

Knots: “Win the US title. If all champions lose, they lose their rematch. It sets it up for firmly. And all what she’s been focused on.”

Sharper: “And with a backup World Title match too! Thanks to Fatal Fortunes! But she’s going to have to wait. The Chamber was the match she was not in thanks to decisions made at Under Attack. Tonight, she is in it and wants her revenge!”

The opening of “Blood Eagle can be heard blaring through the PA system.  The camera will pan through the curtain as the face of James Evans appears, igniting a negative reaction from the crowd, as they shower him in jeers. The camera remains on James as he breaks through the curtain. The boos intensify as James looks out at the crowd. From the back, follows Pain, Mordred, Harker, and Lues.

Phillips: “Next, from New York City, New York, the SCW Underground Champion, James Evans!”

The House of James slowly makes his way to the ring, as images of James winning various championships and hitting various moves appear on the screen. They reach the ring. The House stands in the entrance way as James makes his way up the ring steps, before turning and facing the crowd, who continue to boo. They all stare at the crowd before looking at one another.

James then goes to the corner and sits on the top turnbuckle, his back to the crowd, as the screen shows James lifting the SCW World title above his head, as his music comes to an end. James hands off the Underground Championship before going to the pod and being locked inside.

Sharper: “James Evans is focusing on this. Kim Williams waiting.”

Knots: “But Cassie Wolfe looked good in the Chamber at Under Attack. Tonight, no newness. She has experience.”

Sharper: “She does.”

The opening riff of “Wolf Within” hits the speakers and once the lyrics kick in Cassie Wolfe emerges from the back excited to start the match, with her hands on her leather jacket’s sides the rookie wrestler turns her back to the crowd.

Phillips: “From Greenock, South Australia and now residing in Las Vegas, Nevada, the challenger for the SCW Underground Championship, ‘The Rebel Princess’ Cassie Wolfe!”

When her name is announced Cassie spins around flashing the metal horns sign with her left hand and clapping fans hands with the other. She stops at the Chamber and looks inside. She takes a moment to look around before climbing up the steel steps. She then steps in and takes a deep breath. She takes another scan of her surroundings before running to the ring and grabbing the top rope. She takes off her jacket and gives her hair a full flip before entering into the ring. She then looks around before being escorted to her pod.

Sharper: “Cassie Wolfe not starting off. So she’ll be waiting. And this could be the big thing. Who comes out when.”

Knots: “It’s a standard Chamber match. While it’s three separate matches in one way. So when each title is decided, it’s over for that match. There is the tag aspect. The rematch aspect. So the chaos could reign!”

The chords of "People Like Us" by Kelly Clarkson fill the arena, causing a roar from the audience as bright, fall leaves seem to blow and fly on the LED screens on and around the ramp. From the back curtain, out runs "The Queen's Guard" Deanna Frost, taking in the audience before running to the right side, then the left side, shouting to them in excitement. The SCW United States Championship is around her waist. The 'leaves' follow her as she does. Returning to the middle, Deanna gives a spin on one foot, her arms outstretched, the 'leaves' circling her below her feet.

Phillips: “From Manhattan, New York, the SCW United States Champion, Deanna Frost!”

Hearing her name, Deanna stops her spin, side facing the ring, and, with one hand over her heart, her free hand arcs around to point forward, the 'leaves' flying down the ramp and 'circling the ring LED barriers. Making her way down to the ring, Deanna high-fives fans along the way until she reaches the ring and runs up the steel steps and into the Chamber. She stops at the ropes and looks around. She then turns and glances behind her as the officials on the floor close the Chamber structure. Deanna then enters the ring and steps forward, making her way to the middle ropes and leaning over them, one arm raised to the crowd. She does the same to the other sides of the ring. She then turns and walks over to the official, Aaron Demitra, who takes her US Championship. He holds it over her head. He then turns and walks off as Deanna heads into the pod for her.

Sharper: “Deanna Frost and Kirsten Scott both in the pods. Both waiting.”

Knots: “Deanna went coast to coast last time. But look who is left…”

Sharper: “World Title in play right from the start!”

“It's all in motion, no stoppin' it now
I got nothing to lose and only one way up
I'm burning bridges, I destroy the mirage
All visions of collisions, fucking bon voyage"

He makes his way down the ramp as the reaction of the crowd rain down upon him. He walks up the ring steps, enters the Chamber, and climbs to the top turnbuckle, lifting both fists into the air, slinging the jacket off his shoulders, simply looking at the crowd before dropping down and running to the opposite side.

Phillips: “Next, from Chicago, Illinois, the SCW World Champion, Asher Hayes!”

“I got bruises and hickies, stitches and scars
Got my own theme music, plays wherever I are
Fear is the hand that pulls your strings
A useless toy, pitiful plaything
I'm in flagrante
In every way
Every day"

He stands, once again, on the top rope. He removes his shades as he looks toward the ceiling, before dropping down, removing his jacket and handing his belongings to the ref. He follows up handing him the SCW World Championship. Demitra holds it over his head.

"It's all smooth sailing
From here on out
I'm gon' do the damage
That needs getting done"

Asher then leans into the corner, waiting for the match to begin.

Sharper: “Asher Hayes going through here. Had a lot of challenges.”

Knots: “Kinda unfair! He finally gets to the top and now has to jump through all of these hoops.”

Sharper: “Welcome to the SCW World Championship. And if Asher Hayes wants to get to End of the Year Special and survive 2023 as World Champion, he needs to be at his best.”

A woman’s voice can be heard as the video screens display the words she's saying in unison.

"Lexy Chapel Proudly Presents"

"YOUR FUTURE ADRENALINE CHAMPION"

"AUTUMN VALENTINE"

“Miss Nothing” by The Pretty Reckless hits the PA system as Autumn Valentine walks out onto the stage wearing a black jacket. Across her ring-gear we see the ‘Lexy Chapel Presents’ and ‘Chapel Show’ branding. She pauses on the stage for a moment before being joined by Lexy Chapel who starts pointing at her and yelling at the fans to cheer for her. Around Lexy’s neck we see a lanyard which appears to be a manager’s license.

Phillips: “Finally, hailing from Los Angeles, California, accompanied, and PROUDLY represented, by Lexy Chapel, challenging for the SCW World Championship, this is Autumn Valentine!”

Autumn walks to the ring accompanied by Lexy. She goes to the steps and looks in and steps inside the Chamber. Lexy looks on. Autumn climbs onto the corner before sliding off her jacket and letting it fall to the Chamber platform. She then runs at the turnbuckles, climbing up and throwing up her arms before looking to the camera confidently. She jumps from the outside of the ropes to inside of the ring, rolling back to her feet before walking the middle of the ring and dropping down into the splits. Lexy keeps talking to the officials on the floor and now the crew members as Autumn steps up and walks around the ring. The Chamber is locked up.

Sharper: “Lexy Chapel could get one big coup. Can Autumn Valentine finally win the World Title?”

Knots: “Huge opportunity for her. Just coming back. But what about Allocco?”

Sharper: “I think they’re focusing on this. Autumn Valentine could be World Championship after tonight!”

Autumn looks across at Asher Hayes as the crowd roars and Demitra calls for the bell. Hayes then walks up to Autumn and smirks before going to take a right hand, but Autumn ducks. The crowd roars as Autumn then forearms Hayes with a hard shot and then another and another. Hayes staggers to the corner. Lexy jumps up and down as Autumn kicks him in the ribs and then again and again before chopping him. Asher walks out of the corner, holding his chest. He turns around and Autumn chops him again. Asher falls into the corner. Autumn runs across the ring and Asher steps out from the corner. Autumn runs past and jumps to the middle rope. She goes for a leg lariat. Asher drops down and Autumn misses, hitting the mat and rolling through. She gets up and Asher runs at her and elbows her in the jaw. Autumn falls back and to the ropes.

Sharper: “Asher with a hard back elbow. Autumn jarred by it.”

Knots: “Stopping that start and Lexy went from over the moon to very concerned! It’s one move Lexy!”

Autumn starts to get up as Asher kicks her in the ribs and then runs her face first into the turnbuckle. Autumn turns as Asher looks at her and hits a back elbow into the jaw. He pulls forward and elbows her again and then again. Autumn winces in pain and Asher then grabs her and throws her down to the mat. Autumn  starts to get up and Asher hits a dropkick. He goes for the pin.

Asher kicks out. He rolls over and turns as Autumn grabs him and locks in a reverse chinlock. Asher reaches out.

Sharper: “Autumn going for the chinlock. I don’t know if she’s looking to wear him down or thinking that this could be a quick way to set the tone.”

Knots: “Catching him off guard. Come on Asher! Fight her off! Be the Autumn Assassin!”

Autumn keeps pulling back on Asher as Asher grabs onto her arm. He fights up to his feet and Autumn keeps on before he lifts her up onto his back. He then steps forward and hits a backpack stunner. Autumn falls back, holding her jaw. Lexy looks on concerned as Asher turns and stomps her in the face once and then again. Autumn rolls over and to the ropes. Asher pushes down on the ropes, placing his foot on her face and grinding the sole of his boot into it. The official calls for a break, but Asher ignores it as there are no disqualifications. Asher pulls off and walks around the ring. Autumn starts to get up and pulls herself up and turns to Asher who kicks her in the ribs and hits a snap suplex. Asher gets up and drives the point of his elbow into the forehead of Autumn. He then goes for the lateral press.

Autumn kicks out.

Sharper: “Asher with a lateral press. More just getting Autumn to expend energy.”

Knots: “And you wonder. Do you try to win early. Once you’re done, you can leave. Or you can keep fighting to help others.”

Sharper: “Again, there is an all or nothing feeling here. Not only the titles on the line in three matches in the Chamber, but if all three champions lose their titles, then no rematches for the champions!”

We cut to see Kelsai Adamson watching backstage with Chance Owens with her.

Sharper: “And one of the individuals who could be challenging for the World Title at the End of the Year Special there. Kelsai Adamson. Deanna Frost the other. They’ll fight first before challenging the World Champion.”

We cut to Deanna in the pod, watching the action, before Asher whips Autumn into the ropes and lifts her up and hits a flapjack. Autumn rolls over in pain. Asher then walks over to her as she moves to the ropes. Asher watches this and Autumn crawls to the apron, but Asher then grabs her legs and looks at her before turning and hitting a slingshot, sending Autumn throat first into the bottom rope. The crowd ohs. Autumn rolls over, holding her throat in pain. Asher pulls her out by the legs and drops down for the pin.

Autumn kicks out. She turns and reaches out, but Asher grabs her and turns running her to the ropes and throwing her up and over the top rope to the steel. Autumn lands hard and rolls over.

Sharper: “Hayes all over Autumn Valentine here.”

Knots: “Hey Autumn. How do you like steel?”

Sharper: “I doubt she likes it at all. And right by Deanna. Asher even getting in her face!”

Asher turns and grabs Autumn before turning to Deanna.

Asher: “You want nothing of this!”

Deanna shakes her head as Asher runs Autumn across and into the pod of Cassie Wolfe. Autumn falls back and rolls over, the impact echoing throughout the arena. She starts to get up and Asher grabs her by the hair and then hooking her up. He goes for a back suplex, but Autumn backflips through and lands behind Asher. She then pushes Asher face first into Deanna Frost’s pod. The crowd ohs. Asher staggers back and Autumn grabs him by the head and runs forward and hits a facebuster on the steel. Autumn winces from the impact to herself too. She rolls over as Asher rolls over in pain, a cut opening above his left eye.

Sharper: “Autumn fighting back. Asher into the pod. Into the steel!”

Knots: “Oh God! He’s busted!”

Sharper: “He is and Autumn reminded of the damage she can do. Lexy is doing just that too!”

Lexy jumps up and down as Autumn gets up and stomps Asher in the face. Asher rolls over. Autumn places his head against the chains and starts to grind it into the chains. The crowd roars as the countdown clock appears.

The two immediately run up to one another and both nail one another with a hard rights. They trade blows in the middle of the ring as the crowd roars. Autumn returns to maiming Hayes with the chains.

She then goes to drive her into the turnbuckle, only for Scott to elbow her way out of it. Deanna staggers back and Scott jumps up and hits a dropkick, knocking her down. Scott then dives onto her, mounting her, and hammering away on her. Autumn drags Hayes up and moves him to the ring. She then backs up and goes to clothesline him into the ring, but Hayes gets and elbow up. Hayes then stumbles forward and grabs Autumn and turns and runs her into the pod of Deanna Frost, running her through it and face first into the other side. The wall gives way as Autumn falls through and down into a heap. The crowd ohs. Hayes leans against the chains, bloodied.

Knots: “Autumn just…oh God!”

Sharper: “The pod that had Deanna Frost in it, no more as Autumn Valentine driven through the one side.”

Knots: “Not even a clean break and Autumn is down!”

Sharper: “Hayes stopping Valentine’s assault. But in the ring, The One Kirsten Scott just starting.”

Scott gets a few more shots in before getting up and walking around. Deanna rolls over and stirs only for Scott to grab her and hit a vertical suplex. She swivels her hips and then lifts her up and hits another suplex. She then swivels her hips, looking to finish the One by One, but Deanna blocks the third. Sharper: “Scott getting all of that running forearm to the back of the head. The hidden blade.”

Knots: “Deanna could be out. But she’s not done.”

Scott drags Deanna up. She then hits a back suplex into a bridge.

Deanna rolls her shoulder up and rolls over. Scott turns and gets up and bends over to grab her, but Hayes enters the ring and runs up behind Scott, and drills her with a vicious lariat to the back of the head. The crowd ohs and boos. Hayes looks down at Scott.

Knots: “There you go! Putting you in this! Getting his revenge.”

Sharper: “Autumn down for the moment and Hayes saw an opportunity to tell Scott what he thinks of her!”

Knots: “And now putting the boots to her. This is akin to her owing him money.”

Hayes stomps away on Scott, getting a few good shots in as the crowd boos. Deanna then moves to the ropes and sees this and glares at Hayes. Hayes then grabs The One and drags her up before placing her head between his legs and hoisting up and turning and running and powerbombing her over the top rope and onto the steel platform. The crowd ohs as Hayes turns and walks back. Deanna gets up and gets in Hayes’s face. Hayes just snaps at her before walking past her and going to the ropes, but Autumn dives through the ropes and spears him down. Sharper: “Autumn takes down Hayes!”

Knots: “And Jesus! Like the bloody ghost of Christmas past!”

Sharper: “Autumn…oh man. The blood. The damage from going through that pod.”

The spotlights return, shining down on the remaining two pods, one containing Cassie Wolfe and the other containing James Evans. Evans looks across at Wolfe as Wolfe takes a deep breath. The pods open and the two exit. Cassie springboards over the top rope as Evans enters the ring and Deanna turns to watch Evans. Evans just runs at her and clotheslines her down before Wolfe runs past Evans. Evans stops and turns only for Wolfe to hit a flying headscissors. The crowd roars. Evans gets up and Wolfe jumps up and hits a front dropkick. She nips up as Evans gets up, annoyed and Wolfe then runs over to him and jumps up onto his shoulders before pushing up and flipping forward, hitting another headscissors takedown!

Sharper: “Wolfe in! Evans in! Wolfe moving fast and striking faster!”

Knots: “Evans doesn’t have an answer. Doesn’t the cult have scriptures on this!”

Sharper: “Another headscissors!”

Evans rolls through and Wolfe gets up and runs over and forearms him in the jaw once and then again and again before going into the ropes. She bounces off and Evans goes to grab her, but Wolfe slides under her arms. She gets up and jumps onto the shoulders of Evans, this time seemingly going for a victory roll, but Evans then steps forward and falls back with the electric chair. Autumn gets up as Evans turns as Wolfe rolls over to the ropes. Deanna gets up too and Evans runs at Wolfe and clotheslines her up and over the top rope to the platform. She ends up next to Scott. Scott stirs as Evans exits and then grabs Wolfe and lifts her up, throwing her back first into the chains. He pulls her forward and slams her against the chains again. Deanna climbs up the turnbuckle and then looks over as Evans throws Wolfe back into the chains a third time. He shakes his head as Scott gets up and Evans nails her with a hard right for good measure. Scott turns and gets up as Deanna gets to the top of the pod. The crowd roars as Scott then grabs Evans and nails him with a hard right and then another before Evans grabs her only for Deanna to flip off the top of the pod, taking both Scott and Evans down.

Sharper: “Deanna Frost off the top of one of the pods. Just throwing caution to the wind!”

Knots: “Got Scott too! Both I think she wanted to take out Evans who dropped her!”

The crowd boos. The One looks over and looks down before getting up, annoyed. Deanna then runs over and nails her with a hard right.

Phillips: “James Evans retains the SCW Underground Championship!”

Sharper: “Evans, just dissecting Wolfe, and winning with two hard spinning elbow strikes.”

Knots: “Kirsten Scott looked annoyed. I would say so. A title is retained, so that part is out! Rematches are valid!”

James Evans slowly gets up and pulls away from the official. He then calmly exits the platform, returning to the ring. While Deanna runs The One across the ring, Evans heads to the next platform and over to the exit of the Chamber. Officials open it and Evans calmly exits. He drops down to the floor and is handed his Underground Championship. He then walks to the back as Cassie Wolfe is helped out. The One turns as Deanna kicks her a few times in the ribs. Autumn and Hayes get up and Hayes hits an elbow to Autumn. Autumn falls back. Hayes turns to exit, but Lexy runs around and grabs the door. Hayes then looks at her before turning and running at Autumn, clotheslining her back into the ring. Hayes then enters.

Sharper: “Hard clothesline. Hayes taking Autumn back into the ring.”

Knots: “He was thinking of making an early exit!”

Sharper: “We’ve seen him use loopholes before. Leaving the Chamber doesn’t mean anything.”

Knots: “Makes it harder to be pinned!”

Sharper: “Autumn extending her boot. Hayes…well, he landed as you don’t want it. Meanwhile, Scott only getting two on the falcon arrow!”

Phillips: “And Asher Hayes retains the SCW World Championship!”

Sharper: “Hayes rolls up Autumn and even had the tights! Lexy Chapel is protesting. But it won’t matter.”

Knots: “All legal! And the old guard runs the table!”

Sharper: “Not what Kirsten Scott wanted. But more importantly, Asher Hayes taking the shortcut. Deanna, Scott, both have opportunities to maybe get their hands on Asher!”

Deanna gets up and looks at Asher as Asher smirks and smiles. He’s handed his World Championship. He holds it up and then gets up and staggers to the back.

Knots: “Hayes just showing…he’s on top and no one, as he said, can push him off!”

Sharper: “What a night for Breakdown. We will see you on New Year’s Eve for the End of the Year Special. Happy Holidays everyone!”

Hayes backs up as Deanna looks on, holding her title. Scott rolls over in pain as Autumn glares at Asher Hayes and the scene fades to black…
