The SCW logo then appears on the

The scene cuts to the inside
of the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta,
Canada. Pyro shoots from both ends of the stage and towards the middle before
back out to the outside and then all across the stage. Spotlights circle around
the arena as the camera pan throughout the arena, showing the many fans who
have filed into the arena standing and cheering, waving banners, signs, t-shirt
and whatever else they have. The cameras pan for a few moments before cutting
to ringside to show Adam Sharper and Shawn Winters at the announce table.
Sharper: “It’s the final stop
before Rise to Greatness this Sunday night. We are here in Calgary for
Breakdown. Adam Sharper at ringside with Shawn Winters and lord knows everyone
is highly strung tonight.”
Winters: “Tonight’s the last
night you get to make a statement, to get an edge, to get hyped all before the
biggest night not only of the year, but for some, of their careers. You better
believe some people are going to be desperate, others confidence and others
looking to just get out of here unscathed.”
Sharper: “And we’re going to
see some big matches too. Merrick Wiseman will be in action tonight. He’ll face
James Evans. Matt Auclair will be in action against
Donovan Kayl. Monarchy is here and they’ve made some
statements. We know others are too.”
Winters: “We’re going to hear
from Syren and David Helms too.”
Ethan Von Aaron walks out in a
black suit and shirt with no tie, he has a mic in hand as the spotlight shines
on him....
Ethan: "Ladies and Gentlemen, I do use the term rather loosely. Let me
direct your attention to the most beautiful and talented woman on the planet.
She IS the Star of Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow. The woman that is the ONLY
Sexy Flawless Diva in ALL of professional wrestling, I give to you in all of
her glory.....KENNEDY STREET!"
"Criticize” by Adelita’s Way plays throughout
the arena as Kennedy Street slowly comes out from the back. She stands in the
entrance way, looking down, then up and out into the arena. Kennedy cracks a
sexy smirk as Ethan Von Aaron claps, she raises her
right arm in the air looking up into the rafters as the shower of fireworks
rain down behind her. The SCW World Championship sits around her waist. Carlos
quickly comes out and begins to drop rose petals on the ground Kennedy walks on
while the monstrous Maximilian follows behind. The crowd boos as she looks over
to the fans and smirks, interacting with them, posing along the way to entice
them a bit by blowing kisses and shaking her ass. Ethan leads her down to the
ring as she arrives at the apron, Maximilian lifts her up on the apron, Carlos
rolls in and continues to throw Rose Petals on the ground Keenie
walks on as she steps through the ropes stopping for a second and looks out
biting the bottom of her lip and stroking the ropes as she gets into the ring
taking her time….
Sharper: “Will this be the
final time we see Kennedy Street holding the SCW World Title on Breakdown?”
Winters: “Two women want to
help that be the case.”
Sharper: “And after last week,
you wonder if Monarchy is planning something. Trinity Street was livid last week.
Kelcey Wallace, after being humiliated by being
forced to kiss Kennedy’s foot, was livid.”
She walks to the ropes and climbs to the second turnbuckle and looks around
smiling while posing for the flash photography while Ethan again claps. Kennedy
jumps down smiling to the crowd and waves her hair to the side as Ethan von
Aaron turns and hands the microphone to her. Kennedy Street looks around as the
crowd boos her. She just shakes her head and scoffs as she starts to speak.
Kennedy: “I know that many of
you are unsure about what to do with someone as undeniably flawless as I am,
but booing is not it. You should be cheering that someone like me is even
willing to come out in front of a group of people like you!”
The crowd boos. Kennedy just
shakes her head as Ethan says something to her.
Kennedy: “Well despite your
lack of appreciation, I figured I at least needed to make one final appearance
before I prove that I will continue to be the World Champion until I choose to
no longer hold this title. For those living under a rock, Kelcey
Wallace and Ravyn Taylor will challenge me for my
World Championship and while Ravyn Taylor can pretend
to be me to crawl out of the shadow of everyone else she’s around and Kelcey Wallace has revealed that she cannot outdo me by
even kissing my foot on this program last week, we all know the fact is…Keenie will be World Champion at the end of the night,
STILL and FOREVER!”
The crowd boos as Kennedy
pauses and smiles. Ethan nods with her as Maximillian looks around, scanning
the crowd.
Kennedy: “Now, despite that, I
felt the need to come out here and give all of your pitiful little existences
some hope and allow you to see your World Champion before her impending
victory. I have shown the world how I save lives. This…this is just charity to
make sure you know that even if you’re beneath me, I care for each and every
one of you.”
Kennedy then holds her hand up
as the crowd boos.
Kennedy: “Now…”
The boos continue.
Kennedy: “Now….last week, I’m
sure you all heard about how angry my sister was and frankly, she’s got a bit
of a temper. I think she should be locked up for the benefit of everyone, but
since that won’t be the case and she’s probably going to try and convince Kelcey Wallace that she has a hope of beating me this Sunday….And
add that Ravyn Taylor has shown that she really needs
to take every cheap shot she can, I am not going to risk the complete
destruction and end of the wrestling business as it is by allowing either one
of them to injure me before Rise to Greatness. Therefore, I thank you for your
time and I am going to enjoy the remainder of my week in the safety of my own
accommodations. I will see you all at Rise to Keenie
for my continued reign!”
The crowd boos. Kennedy then
starts to leave as Maximillian turns and exits the ring. He drops down and as
Kennedy gets to the ropes, we then see Mr. D walking out from the back,
microphone in his hand. The crowd cheers a bit seeing him.
Mr. D: “Kennedy!”
Kennedy steps through the
ropes before stopping and backing up. Ethan looks at Mr. D confused.
Mr. D: “Kennedy….you’re not
going anywhere.”
The crowd cheers. Kennedy just
looks around before Ethan, who Kennedy handed the mic to, responds.
Ethan: “What do you mean?
She’s not booked. She’s going to leave for her safety because we can’t trust
your security to keep Ravyn or Monarchy away!”
Mr. D: “Well your comments
aside, Ethan…she is booked because I’m going to book her right now.”
The crowd cheers.
Sharper: “Oh boy! Kennedy Street in action tonight!”
Kennedy yells out a “What?!”
as she looks at the stage.
Ethan: “You can’t!”
Mr. D: “Ethan, Kennedy….you’ve
managed to sneak by since Taking Hold of the Flame with no in-ring competition.
I need to make sure that our World Champion is ready to go and not rusty for
this Sunday. Plus, frankly, Kennedy…I think these fans deserve a match with you
in it. So Kennedy, you can stay in the back, get ready…and later tonight,
you’ll be in action.”
Ethan turns to Kennedy before
responding.
Ethan: “Against who? Who is
she going to be facing?”
Mr. D looks around as the
crowd roars.
Mr. D: “You know him
well….Simon Lyman!”
The crowd roars. Kennedy just
turns to Ethan. Ethan just yells at Mr. D.
Ethan: “That’s unfair! That’s
not fair!”
Mr. D turns and returns to the
back, motioning off to the side for someone to cut the mic. Ethan keeps
yelling.
Ethan: “That’s not fair! It’s not-“
Ethan however can no longer be
heard as the crowd cheers.
Sharper: “Simon Lyman will get
a shot at Kennedy Street! One on one here tonight just days
before Rise to Greatness!”
Winters: “And Kennedy Street,
Ethan von Aaron…they’re not pleased! Not at all.”
Sharper: “That could be a huge
trap match for Kennedy! A hugte
one!”
The crowd cheers as Kennedy
turns to Ethan. Ethan turns to her and starts to speak with her, trying to calm
her down. The crowd continues to cheer as Kennedy Street continues to show her
anger at having to compete tonight.
COMMERCIAL:
We return to Breakdown and we
see Kennedy Street walking backstage with Ethan. Mr. D is a few feet away as
Ethan is yelling at him.
Ethan: “This isn’t fair in the
slightest. You are risking your greatest star and for what! For
what?!”
Kennedy: “Honey…”
Mr. D: “She needs to be
competing and she’s been ducking that with no medical reason. Consider it a
tune up.”
Ethan: “No-“
Ethan turns to Kennedy.
Kennedy: “Relax…it’s Simon…the man is so dumb…get Alexis…Dante…all of them-“
Mr. D: “No…no…no Flawless
Gauntlet tonight either. You pull that and I’ll put the title on the line
tonight and make DQ a condition of a title change.”
Kennedy’s eyes widen.
Ethan: “That’s not fair!”
The crowd cheers as Mr. D
walks off. Kennedy just glares at him.
Sharper: “Kennedy Street is
going to be in action tonight no matter what. She’s facing Simon Lyman later
and she’s not getting out of it!”
Celestia Lockeheart
vs. Stacy Kissinger
“Make a Movie” by Icon for
Hire starts to play. The crowd roars as we then see Celestia
Lockeheart run out from the back. She looks around
and smiles before starting to run down to the ring. She runs down and slides
into the ring. She pops up and runs over to the corner and climbs up to the
middle turnbuckle. She looks around before jumping down.
Sharper: “Celestia
Lockeheart just days away from facing off against the
man who allegedly attacked her backstage, taking her out of the Best of the
Best Tournament.”
Winters: “It’s not that
simple. It’s just the start. El Rudo being that man
and I think Alexis Quinne is behind it. I think Quinne ordered it to cut off the challengers to her reign.”
Sharper: “She didn’t have the
title yet!”
Winters: “But she knew she’d
be getting her shot. Rudo took care of his work. She
took care of hers.”
The lighting completely turns
off inside the arena and only the SCWtron is lit. It
shows a set of deep brown eyes. It slowly zooms out to show the face of Stacy
Kissinger. Some people pop in the crowd. The SCWtron
zooms out even further until her entire frame can be seen before if zooms back
in real fast to just show Stacy’s face. Her eyes blink and then close and the SCWtron goes to black.
But it's not a few seconds before the beginning of "Fight Song" by
Rachel Platten is heard. A small bit of fog rolls out
onto the stage and the familiar figure of Stacy Kissinger steps out and through
the fog. The stage lights come on so everyone can see her holding a microphone,
wearing a yellow and medium slate blue colored robe around her, the colors of
Adrenaline Rush.
She doesn't sing, but she does remove herself from the foggy stage and descends
down the ramp as she looks around the arena a little bit, gently smiling.
Stacy completes her walk to the ring and slides in. She then stands up and goes
to the center of the ring and slowly spins herself around so she can view the
entire arena. She then removes the robe from around her, pats a patch of each
color that is on the robe before placing it on her corner's turnbuckle,
revealing that she has on a short frilly black skirt and a red halter top that
states "Feel The Rush", in yellow, on the
front.
Stacy then hears a few boos from the crowd, obviously from her critics. She
shrugs her shoulders and looks back to the stage, which is when one line of
pyro goes off while her entrance music is coming to an end. While it does,
Stacy turns her attention to the match that she's about to face as she goes to
the corner of the ring where her Adrenaline Rush colored robe is. She places
her special personalized microphone down in the corner. She then warms up for
the match that she's about to take part in.
Sharper: “Stacy Kissinger
meanwhile will be at ringside, in the corner of Adrenaline Rush. Adrenaline
Rush having their biggest match of their young SCW careers this Saturday night
on the pre-show. She face Amy Chastaine
and Andrew Raynes.”
Winters: “And Chastaine and Kissinger don’t care for each other. No one
really likes Kissinger, but Adrenaline Rush see
something in her.”
Sharper: “She says she’s going
to help them out. Chastiane outright challenged her
to do that this Saturday. We’ll find out. But tonight, she’s in action against Celestia and Kissinger has her own career to worry about
tonight, in Calgary.”
Kissinger turns to Celestia as the bell sounds. They start to circle the ring.
Kissinger and Celestia watch one another before
lunging and grappling. Both push back on one another and Kissinger manages to
use her long legs to extra leverage and pushes Celestia
back to the ropes. Celestia turns and manages to turn
Kissinger into the ropes, but Kissinger turns into the corner. Kissinger pushes
back in the corner and the referee calls for the break.

Kissinger backs up, clean back
as Celestia looks at Stacy. Stacy backs away and Celestia walks out. The crowd applauds a bit before Celestia moves in and goes for another grapple. Celestia tries to push back, but Kissinger manages to turn
into a side headlock. Kissinger pulls back on the head of Celestia.
Celestia pulls her back into the ropes. She then
fires her across. Kissinger bounces off the ropes and Celestia
runs forward and kicks her in the ribs. She then hits a snap headlock takedown.
She then gets up and jumps up for a leg drop. She hits it and goes for the pin.

Kissinger kicks out at one.
Sharper: “Only a one count as Celestia gets the first pin attempt of the match.”
Winters: “Well she’s trying to
get Kissinger down. Big experience edge to Kissinger.”
Kissinger starts to get up. Celestia grabs her and nails her with a forearm. She then
nails her with another forearm. Celestia goes to whip
her into the ropes, but Kissinger spins through and sends her in. Lockeheart bounces off the ropes and Kissinger takes her
over with a hip toss. Lockeheart gets back up and
Kissinger forearms her. The crowd cheers a bit. Kissinger nails Celestia again. She then whips Celestia
across the ring. She bounces off and Kissinger hits a hard back elbow. Celestia hits the mat. Kissinger then jumps up and hits an
elbow drop to the chest of Celestia. She goes for the
pin.

Lockeheart kicks out. She rolls over.
Kissinger grabs her and starts to lift her up. She then drags her over into the
corner. Kissinger holds her against the corner before kicking her in the ribs
and then whipping her across the ring. Celestia hits
the opposite corner. Kissinger runs across and Celestia
gets an elbow up.
Sharper: “Hard elbow. Stacy
stopped dead in her tracks.”
Winters: “And that’s usually
just the start for Celestia. She can throw some hard
hits.”
Celestia comes out and drills
Kissinger with a forearm and then another. Kissinger suddenly kicks her in the
ribs and runs into the ropes. She bounces off and Celestia
spins through and into a back elbow. The crowd ohs as
Kissinger hits the mat. She starts to pop up and Celestia
runs into the ropes. She bounces off and runs at Celestia
and drills her with a running palm strike. The crowd ohs. Celestia goes for the
pin.

Kissinger kicks out. Kissinger
starts to get up and Celestia slowly lifts her up.
She then spins her around and clubs Kissinger in the back. She then pulls her
head and back and knees her in the back. She then hooks her up in an inverted
front face lock. The crowd roars and Celestia hoists
Kissinger up but Kissinger back flips through. She then grabs Celestia and turns into a neckbreaker.
The crowd cheers a bit.
Sharper: “Kissinger counters
and into the neckbreaker. A
reprieve for the former Women’s Champion.”
Winters: “Yeah, but now take
that moment and actually turn it around. We’ve already seen what one of those
elbows can do from Lockeheart. Dillusion
taught her well.”
Celestia slowly rolls over. She starts
to get up and Kissinger jumps up and hits a dropkick. Celestia
hits the mat. Kissinger follows up with a pin.

Celestia kicks out. She turns and
Kissinger grabs her and slowly lifts her up. She then hits a vertical suplex. Kissinger turns and exits to the apron. She goes to
the corner and climbs up to the top rope. Celestia
starts to stir and slowly gets up. She looks at Kissinger and Kissinger gets to
the top. She then dives off and hits a crossbody into
a cover.

Celestia kicks out. Both women get up
and Kissinger scoops Celestia up and Celestia slides behind Kissinger. Kissinger turns around
and Celestia hits a straight kick to the ribs and
Kissinger drops to the mat.
Sharper: “Hard kick and Celestia Lockeheart showing an
ability to always turn a match around.”
Winters: “She’s giving
Kissinger fits. I bet Kissinger figured this would go a bit smoother for her.”
Kissinger gets back up and Celestia nails her with a European uppercut. Kissinger
falls over to the ropes. Celestia pulls her out and
into a back suplex into a bridge.
1!
2!
Kissinger rolls out of it.
Both women get up and Celestia runs past her and
bounces off and goes for a clothesline. Kissinger ducks. Celestia
keeps running and Kissinger jumps up and hits a spinning heel kick to the jaw. Celestia hits the mat and starts to get up. Kissinger then
kicks her in the ribs and spikes her with a DDT. The crowd ohs. Kissinger then gets
up and slowly pulls Celestia up. She then whips her
into the ropes. Celestia bounces off and Kissinger
hits a flapjack. The crowd ohs.
Celestia winces. Kissinger turns and exits to the
apron. She then climbs up to the top rope. She looks at Celestia
before diving off and connecting with the High Note.
Sharper: “High Note! Elbow
right to the back of Celestia’s head!”
Winters: “She can throw a few
elbows too!”
Sharper: “And a big one and
now. Kissinger is waiting for Celestia. Celestia’s stirring, holding her head!’
Kissinger watches Celestia as she slowly gets up. She holds her head and
Kissinger grabs her from behind and goes to twist her around, but Celestia shoves her off. Kissinger bounces off the ropes
and Celestia catches her and hits an exploder suplex. The crowd cheers. Celestia
goes for the pin.

Kissinger shoots her shoulder
up. Celestia looks up. She then turns and grabs at
Kissinger and starts to pull her up. Celestia then
kicks Kissinger in the ribs and runs to the ropes. She jumps to the middle rope
and dives back, going for Final Heaven, but Kissinger ducks. Celestia lands on her feet and Kissinger then grabs her by
her arms from behind and takes her down with the Kiss of the Future. The crowd ohs and Kissinger rolls Celestia
over for the pin.
Sharper: “Final Heaven misses!
Kiss of the Future didn’t!”
Winters: “Right onto her
face!”

The crowd roars. Kissinger
rolls off. The referee comes over and raises her arm. Kissinger starts to get
up. She looks around and celebrates as her music plays.
Sharper: “Kissinger victorious
here tonight. She hopes she can help Adrenaline Rush do the same this Saturday
in Vancouver!”
Winters: “Maybe lead by
example.”
Kissinger walks around the
ring and continues to celebrate as Celestia is shown
slowly rolling over, holding her head in pain. Kissinger celebrates for a few
moments before dropping down to the floor. She starts to head to the back as
the camera follows her.
COMMERCIAL:
Breakdown returns and we see
Vixen Cain just seated at the back of the building, on one of the storage cases
in the back. Next to him is the man that helped him dispatch Anthony Wallace
the previous week. Spirit Dansby, confused, walks up to him.
Spirit: “Mr. Cain…can I get a
word?”
Cain: “A beautiful creature
like yourself. I think you can ask for more than that.”
Spirit: “Well, you’ve been
just sitting here watching the wrestler’s entrance to the building for the past
two hours. Are you just sitting here and waiting?”
Cain just smiles.
Cain: “I’m waiting for
something interesting.”
Spirit: “Something interesting?”
Cain: “Anthony….Nicole…maybe
something else. The fact is…I expect Anthony Wallace to perhaps want his
revenge. That’s how people like him are geared. As for Nicole, I hope that he
realizes I’ve just helped her out. Now she’s going to be more aggressive than
usual. Maybe helps her become the champion people thought she could be. Of
course, I need to test that and this Sunday, I’ll do just that. At least she’s
not booping World Champions, although Kennedy may
disagree about that being a change…”
Spirit: “So you’re just
waiting for them to show up? Security could let you know.”
Cain: “I prefer the personal
touch. Plus, frankly, after this Sunday, I’ll be moving onto the next
challenge. What will that be? I need to find out. What better way…then to watch.”
Cain winks as Cain then smiles
and turns back to the entrance. Spirit just backs away a bit as we cut away.
We return to the arena as the
cameras pan across the crowd.
Sharper: “Ladies and
gentlemen, one of the co-main events this Sunday at Rise to Greatness will see
two of the best in SCW history clash. David Helms and Syren
will go at it one on one.”
Winters: “I’ve faced both.
They are two of the hardest working wrestlers today.”
Sharper: “And our newest
broadcast colleague, Jennifer Rodriguez, is sitting down with both of them
backstage for this special interview. Jennifer.”
The scene then cut backstage.
The scene opens up in the backstage area in one of the
locker rooms. We see Syren sitting back in one chair
as she keeps looking across the way at David Helms who is sitting on another
chair across from Syren. In between the two of them,
we see SCW’s newest interviewer, Jennifer Rodriguez. She has a clipboard in her
hand as she looks at the camera who turns to her,
showing Syren and David Helms seated on opposite
sides of her just watching each other.
Jennifer: “Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome backstage
here in the Scotiabank Saddledome. My name is
Jennifer Rodriguez and I am joined by two of the most decorated wrestlers in
SCW history. On one side of me, to my left, is a
former Supreme Champion and a man who will be retiring later this year, David
Helms.”
The crowd cheers for Helms. Helms just smiles politely,
enjoying the response.
Jennifer: “To my right, she is the longest reigning World
Champion in SCW History. She is the self-proclaimed greatest female wrestler in
SCW today, Syren.”
The crowd cheers as well as Jennifer turns to both.
Jennifer: “Thank you for joining me here and I know there
has been some significant tension between the two of you, not just recently,
but in the last year. And I hope that this can be a peaceful affair.”
Helms: “Thanks for having us.”
Syren just nods.
Jennifer: “Now, Syren, I’m
going to start with you. This all began with your reaction to what Silas Mason
was doing to Regan Street and the members of Silas’ World. David Helms came out
to stop you and you took offense to that. Is there the same level of anger and
tension as there was to start?”
Syren turns to David and leans forward.
Syren: “There may be some things that David and I are going to
disagree about. Regan Street will always be one of them. She is someone who I
will always take issue with and frankly, the situation with Silas Mason is
something that just makes me disappointed. Disappointed that
we had to see it. That even today, in 2015, when women are being told
and shown they can do anything they want in the world today….I’d like to think
I’m a testament to that….Silas Mason can so openly crush that all…But since
that moment, I’ve come to understand there are some things I can’t understand.
And frankly, my anger can be to Regan, to Silas…but it’s not David. He’s doing
what he feels is right and I can’t be angry at that.”
Jennifer: “Then what’s changed? You are first were not
even sure about that.”
David just looks at Syren as Syren locks eyes with David before turning to Jennifer.
Syren: “I’ve been told that Regan Street knows what she’s doing and
David respects that.”
Syren pauses for moment and turns to David.
Syren: “And I used to know what that meant and that’s why I’m willing
to step back on that front.”
Jennifer: “But yet you’re still competing at Rise to
Greatness against David Helms.”
Syren: “Yes.”
Jennifer turns to David.
Jennifer: “David, then if I can ask the obvious question
in all of this…how are you able to watch what Silas Mason has done to Regan?”
David turns to Jennifer.
David: “I may not like it…but I’m not going to stand in
her way. She knew what she was getting into with Silas Mason and negotiated my
freedom from him to hopefully become the World Champion. I’m disgusted by it
too-“
Jennifer: “Then why did you let her do it?”
David turns to Jennifer before turning to Syren. Syren actually is looking
right at Helms.
David: “Because…I failed otherwise and this was her
solution. I may not like it, but I just hope it works out for her.”
Jennifer: “Then why not let Syren
step in for you-“
David: “I’m not going to protect Regan how I can
though…can we move on?”
Jennifer nods.
Jennifer: “This match originally was to surround the
complacency of you David and Syren’s punishing you
for that complacency, what does this match then mean to both of you…David…you
first.”
David looks down at the floor for a moment before then
looking up at Syren.
David: “You mentioned it earlier, Jennifer. Later this
year, I am hanging up my boots. I’ll be turning thirty-five and I’m ready to
raise my children. I’m ready to give back to the business in other ways. But I
only have one more Rise to Greatness. And no matter what Syren
was going to think of me, I know one thing is always the case with her…She will
compete to be the best. It’s why I never turned down her challenge.”
The camera focuses in on Syren
as she just listens to Helms as he continues.
Helms: “And if I’m going to compete against someone at
the biggest event of the year, the final one of my career, then I can’t think
of any better challenge than facing her once more. Facing one
of the best once more in that ring. I may not be holding championship
gold again. I may not be the World Champion right now, but I can give myself
the greatest challenge I can think of and Syren, you
are just that. I’ve fought with you…I’ve fought against you…I know how good you
really are.”
The crowd cheers hearing this as Helms is shown looking
right at Syren.
Jennifer: “Syren…this match for
you?”
Jennifer Rodriguez turns to Syren
as the camera turns to her.
Syren: “I could say a lot of the same for you David, but this is a
bit more than that. I’ll flatly say that I think I should be the World Champion
right now. And one day, I hopefully will get the opportunity to show that. But
then again, you should be World Champion now. Maybe, just maybe, Ravyn can be the one who can finally get through Kennedy
Street’s games. But facing you, it serves two purposes now with my
understanding…”
Syren continues to look right in the eyes of David.
Syren: “I get to face someone who no matter our history, I know
should be World Champion and see if I can match up with that at a stage that is
befitting of that. But there’s one more thing…The Best of the Best Tournament.”
Helms is shown watching Syren.
Syren: “You’ve got a title I’ll never win. You’re the first ever
winner of that tournament and you beat me to win it. I’ll admit that I was a
bit happy when you stopped me when I went to the ring to go after Regan and
Silas…because then I could have one more shot at you. One more before you ride
off into the sunset and enjoy a well-earned retirement. I thought I may be the
person who could totally enjoy it with you, but that’s long gone. So I can get
something else…one more match and one more opportunity on the biggest stage in
wrestling to see if I can beat you.”
Syren pauses. The camera widens to show a shot of all three before
cutting back to Syren.
Syren: “I know I can beat you. I beat you on route to what became one
of the biggest nights of my career…when I won the Interim World Title. Now…I
want to see if I can beat you one more time before I don’t have the chance to
find out.”
The crowd roars as the camera cuts back to a wide shot.
Jennifer turns to David Helms.
Jennifer: “David, your response?”
Helms looks right at Syren.
Helms: “One of us is going to be disappointed then. And Syren, I hope you don’t see this is a cheap shot, because I
don’t mean it that way….but I know how hard you take a loss. I won’t be your
shoulder to cry on…I’m not looking to prevent it. I also know there’s as good a
chance as any that you could be sitting in your hotel room after the show
seeing your wife holding the World Title. Syren…I
hope you realize that I’m going to make sure that if you beat me, you earn it,
but if you lose, I hope you have a way to cope.”
Syren looks at Helms. Jennifer turns at Syren.
Syren: “David…As bitchy as this may sound…I hope I end your last Rise
to Greatness with a loss. I’m not going to tell you to be jealous…that’s not
what I want. I am going to tell you to be ready.”
Syren then slowly stands up and extends her hand. Helms
just looks at her, as does Jennifer Rodriguez.
Syren: “This is going to be about two wrestlers who are two of the
best. We don’t need the taglines…and we don’t even need the World Title. One of
us is going to hate ourselves for agreeing to do it, but in wrestling, if we’re
afraid of that, then we’re in the wrong business. So let’s do what we both know
we will…pull out all of the stops to win.”
Helms then gets up and looks at Syren. He then
extends his hand and the two of them shake hands.
Helms: “This may be the last time we’re both in the same
ring at the same time. No regrets, Zoe. I’m going to make sure I won’t have
any.”
Helms and Syren continue to
lock hands. Jennifer Rodriguez just leans back and remains quiet as the camera
focuses in on the hands before the scene slowly fades to black.

We open up with a shot of the outside of the BC Place
before suddenly cutting to a wide shot of Vancouver as if from a satellite and
we see the Rise to Greatness logo.
“Rise to Greatness 2015
4 Days Away!”
The words continue to play on the screen for a few
moments before we cut away.
Breakdown opens up backstage
as we go to one of the hallways outside of the locker rooms. We see Jessica
Winters standing by with Andrew Raynes and Amy Chastaine. The crowd cheers seeing them.
Jessica: “Welcome back to
Breakdown. That’s right, four days away, Rise to
Greatness takes place from the BC Place in Vancouver. But first, the night
before, our Rise to Greatness pre-show from Rogers Arena. The two individuals
standing next to me will face Adrenaline Rush for the chance at challenging for
the World Tag Team Championship. The match is a bit more than that though as
Amy, you’ve had your issues with Stacy Kissinger, their manager.”
Amy turns to Jessica.
Amy: “No, I don’t care for
her, but I will admit she had an impressive win moments ago. But she keeps
claiming she has the Adrenaline Rush’s interests in their best mind…we’ll see.
It looks like it, but I’ve seen this before. Someone
piggybacking on the success of another team. But this Saturday, we can
remove all doubt. Adrenaline Rush, we’ve faced you before and you won at Clash
in K.C. Stakes are higher though with an opportunity to win Tag Gold on the
line. More pressure. More on the line…and a bigger stage.”
Andrew Raynes
then starts to speak.
Raynes: “And we’ve been on big
stages before. We’ve fought some big challenges. While Amy has her problems
with you, Stacy, this match will be about showing which team is the better team
this Saturday night. We are going to show that we are ready for this
opportunity, this chance and we are going to even up our series between the two
of us. People are going to be watching both of our teams, that’s
for sure. But they’re going to be watching Chastaine
and myself first…and Monarchy…Standing Room Only…whoever walks away the Tag
Team Champions…we wish you luck. But we’re going to do everything we can to be
the team waiting for you on the other side.”
The crowd cheers a bit.
Jessica: “Thank you Amy,
Andrew. Good luck this Saturday.”
Amy: “Thanks.”
Rayne nods.
Jessica: “Now let’s go to
Marisa Condolesa who i standing
by with Autumn Valentine and Gable Winchester.”
The scene changes.
We go backstage to see Marisa Condolesa standing by with Autumn Valentine at the SCW
interview area. The crowd cheers seeing them.
Condolesa: “Thank you Jessica. I am
here with Autumn Valentine who is with Gable Winchester and a couple of big
matches await the two of you. But first, the world is wondering what is going
on between the two of you. Gable, you’ve been very comforting to Autumn in the last couple of weeks.”
Autumn just turns to Gable as
Gable turns to Marisa.
Gable: “About that, I’m just
helping out a friend through a tough time. She helped me in one of mine. Happy to do the same for her.”
Gable turns to Autumn. Autumn just smiles a bit before turning back to
Marisa.
Condolesa: “Fair enough, Gable. Very honourable. We’ll start with you, this Saturday, you have an opportunity to secure an Adrenaline
Championship shot. It’s against some individuals you’ve faced before. You know
what you’re getting into.”
Gable: “And it’s going ot be a long night. Chris Cannon
has been waiting for this chance for the better part of the year since he lost
the title in that gauntlet last fall. Collin Cole…Rise to Greatness was where
he won his first Title in SCW. I’m sure he’d love to get another. And me…I’ve
not held gold in a long time, but I feel the best I have in years. See, if this
was the past, I’d come out here and talk about how I’m destined to win. How
this is in the bank. The Man of Win is here…BAYBAY!”
Gable pauses before looking at
the camera.
Gable: “But I know this match
may be one of the hardest fought on the card because it’s
opportuinty all three of us have been salivating for.
And Collin, Chris…I know you’re both ready. But so am I and may
the best man win…”
Gable steps back as Marisa
nods.
Marisa: “Thank you Gable…now Autumn…”
Marisa turns to her.
Marisa: “Your match is also
for an opportunity. You’re getting another chance at the Women’s Championship.
But this has a further twist. You will be facing off against Alexis Quinne, who you clearly are not friends with, but also
Christy Matthews, who is the one who cost you your last shot.”
Autumn: “And I hope she
realizes what she has gotten into. There are rumours that she’s hurt her ribs
as of the match last week. Some may say that’s karma. But I’m not going to
worry about that. All I’m going to focus on is heading to the ring this Sunday
and get the Women’s Title back. Alexis Quinne likes
to talk about how that’s HER title. No, Alexis…you got lucky at Taking Hold of
the Flame, I’ll give you that. But you know as well as I do that I had you beat
on Breakdown a few weeks ago. And that brings me to Christy…it’s a beautiful
way to show two people who seem to have some great problem with me…and feel
they were owed something from me…to find out all they were owed is an
ass-kicking. I’ve talked about getting attention. I don’t care right now. I
care about winning this Sunday and becoming the Women’s Champion again!”
The crowd cheers.
Autumn: “I was hoping to have
my friend standing behind me this Sunday. That won’t be happening. Instead, I
hope she won’t be even more angered when I surpass her this Sunday, beat
Alexis…and Shaya, one day, I’m sure we’ll have a
great match, but for this Sunday, you’re in the way and I will forcibly remove
everyone from it!”
The crowd cheers.
Condolesa: “Thank you Autumn. Autumn challenges for the Women’s Championship this
Sunday against Christy Matthews, Shaya Blackley and Alexis Quinne.”
The scene then fades out.
“Immortals” starts to play as
the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a shot of James Evans
before a shot of Merrick Wiseman. We then see both.
Sharper: “Plenty still to come
here on Breakdown, but next, Merrick Wiseman seeks justice against James Evans.”
Winters: “I’m sure James will
happily help him not get that!”
Sharper: “That match is next!”
The scene fades to black.
COMMERCIAL:
James Evans vs. Merrick Wiseman
‘Justice... Will
Be Done’.
The lone riffs of a single guitar echo the familiar chords that herald the
entrance of SCW`s peacekeeper before we hear a voice begin that fateful
entrance.
It's all the same, only the names will change
Everyday it seems we're wasting away
Another place where the faces are so cold
I'd drive all night just to get back home
From the curtain emerges Merrick Wiseman. His head down, his long coat waving a
little, the camera closing in for a second on the light playing on his silver
Texas Ranger badge, and his hands tracing along his guns.
I'm a cowboy, on a steel horse I ride
I'm wanted dead or alive
Wanted dead or alive
The crowd sings along the chorus as Merrick slowly raises his head, showing
his masked face. He suddenly draws one of his pistols and fires into the air
and at the ring apron down the ramp as the crowd goes nuts.
Sometimes I sleep, sometimes it's not for days
And the people I meet always go their separate ways
Sometimes you tell the day
By the bottle that you drink
And times when you're alone all you do is think
As he walks down the ramp, Wiseman keeps his eyes focused on the ring and
for any signs of trouble. Meanwhile, he reaches into his belt, taking out
bullet after bullet and reloading his gun. Just about when he is done, he has
reached the ring and loads the barrel.
Now I walk these streets, this six string in my hand
Still playin' for keeps, cause I might not make it
back,
I been everywhere, and I'm standing tall
I've seen a million faces (seen an awful lot of faces)
Wiseman pulls back the hammer and suddenly crouches down and pulls up the ring
apron, pointing his gun inside.
And I’ve rocked them all!
Standing up, he twirls his gun and puts it back in the holster. He walks up the
stairs, slowly taking off his gun belt, which he leaves draped over the back of
the turnbuckle. He takes off his coat, placing it on the metal pole. He gets
into the ring and raises his hands for the referee to make sure he isn’t
carrying anymore bullets or guns. The ref clears him and he takes off his hat
slowly for the audience before tossing it cleanly on the pole.
I'm a cowboy, I got the night on my side
I'm wanted (wanted) dead or alive
And I ride, dead or alive
Merrick leans on the ropes staring at what awaits him in the ring.
I still drive, dead or alive
Sharper: “Merrick Wiseman in action tonight against a man he has many issues
with. They’re going to meet again this Sunday, but they don’t have to wait.”
Winters: “Yeah and the
question is how much Wiseman is going to have to look over his shoulder.”
The beginning riff to "Twinge" begins blaring through the PA system
and the crowd begins booing as the arena lights begin to flicker along with the
beat of the music. Out from behind the curtain comes James Evans, decked out in
black hoodie, with the hood over his head, walking slowly. James keeps his eyes
focused on the ring. James stands outside of the ring, keeping his hands in the
pockets of his hoodie. He then turns and stares out at the crowd, flipping them
off, earning quite a bit of boos. James slides in underneath the bottom rope.
James slowly stands up, then walks to the opposite corner and climbs the top
rope, then slowly removes his hood and stares out at the crowd as they continue
to boo. He smirks at them, before hopping off of the top rope before the match
begins. He just looks at Wiseman with disdain.
Sharper: “James Evans
returning. Given a contract by Mr. D and management to
control him a bit more. Merrick Wiseman has had several run-ins with
him.”
Winters: “And now it’s in a
ring. Wiseman is going to approve of that.”
Wiseman and Evans watch one
another and the bell sounds. James then runs over towards Wiseman and Wiseman
happily meets him in the middle of the ring. He throws a right hand and James
Evans throws one of his own. Wiseman nails him again and Evans fires one shot
back. They trade a couple more blows until Evans rakes the eyes of Wiseman. The
crowd boos. Evans then kicks him in the ribs and then again and again and
again. The crowd boos as Wiseman falls over to the corner. Evans moves in and
starts to dig his fingers into the eyes of Wiseman again. Wiseman yells out as
the referee demands a break and counts.

Evans rakes the eyes and walks
around the ring. Wiseman leans against the ropes, holding his eyes and face in
pain.
Winters: “Evans came with a
plan. Go for the eyes. He can’t then see you coming!”
Sharper: “Yeah, take a cheap
shot and hope that you can overwhelm Wiseman and bend the rules.”
Evans turns and walks back
over to Wiseman and drills him with a hard right. Wiseman staggers along the
ropes. Evans follows up and nails Wiseman again. Wiseman ends up in the corner.
Evans then grabs him and kicks him in the ribs. He then pulls him out of the
corner and snaps him over with a vertical suplex.
Wiseman sits up in pain and Evans gets up and looks at Wiseman and drills him
with a crossface shot to the side of the head. The
crowd roars. Evans then nails Wiseman again. Evans rears back and drills him a
third time and Wiseman drops to the mat and rolls over. Evans then walks over
to him and drags him up. Evans then looks around before lifting Wiseman up onto
his shoulders, but Wiseman blocks it and elbows Evans in the jaw and then again
and again before Wiseman lands on his feet. He then grabs Evans’ arm and spins
him around and into a vicious short-arm clothesline.
Sharper: “Oh! What a
clothesline! What a shot. Evans dropped!”
Winters: “Looks like the
lawman can deliver a beating if he has to too!”
Evans starts to get up and
Wiseman nails him with a hard right and then kicks him in the ribs. He scoops
him up and turns and slams him down. Evans holds his back and starts to get up.
Wiseman turns and runs into the ropes. He bounces off and nails Evans with a
running clothesline, taking him back down. Evans rolls over and starts to exits
the ring, but Wiseman turns and grabs him and starts to pull him back into the
ring. Evans rolls over and boots him in the face. Wiseman lets go and walks
around. Evans gets up and runs at Wiseman and goes for a clothesline. Wiseman
ducks and spins around before hoisting him up from behind and hitting a back suplex. The crowd roars. Wiseman then gets up and hits a
quick elbow drop to the face of Evans. He gets up and hits a second one and
goes for the pin.

Evans kicks out. Evans rolls
over and Wiseman gets up and looks at him. He then grabs him and slowly lifts
him up. He then turns and whips him into the corner.
Sharper: “Wiseman whips Evans
across the ring and hard into the corner.”
Winters: “And he’s coming
right after him. Evans wanted to stay on him. Looks like Wiseman got the hint.”
Wiseman runs after Evans and
drills him with a running clothesline in the corner. The
crowd ohs and cheers. Wiseman backs up and
Evans staggers out. Wiseman kicks him in the ribs. He then hits a fisherman’s suplex into a bridge.

Evans kicks out. He rolls
over. Wiseman starts to get up and grabs Evans and kicks him in the ribs. Evans
staggers back and Wiseman kicks him in again. Evans spins around and Wiseman
runs into the ropes, bounces off and goes for a running clothesline, but Evans
ducks and Wiseman catches the official. The crowd ohs. Wiseman looks at the official and then drops
down to check on him before Evans manages to get up. He turns and grabs Wiseman
from behind and throws him back with a release German suplex.
The crowd ohs as Wiseman lands hard on the back of
his head and rolls through. Evans then gets up and looks at the official before
dropping down and rolling to the floor.
Sharper: “The official is
down.”
Winters: “Yeah and Wiseman did
it. Should’ve turned around and beaten the hell out of Evans!”
Sharper: “But now Evans on the
floor…”
Winters: “He’s getting a bit
of help. Just to make sure Wiseman stays down!”
Evans goes to Jason Phillips
and snaps at him. Phillips stands up and moves to the side. Evans smirks and
grabs his chair and folds it up. He then turns and walks back up the steel
steps before walking along the apron and entering into the ring. He steps in
and lifts the chair up as Wiseman starts to pull himself up. We then see Tommy
Valentine running out from the back as the crowd erupts in cheers. Tommy runs
down to the ring and slides into the ring. James Evans turns, seeing him and
goes to nail him with the chair. Tommy however ducks a swinging blow and James
Evans stops and turns. Tommy then kicks him in the ribs and then nails him with
a forearm and then another. He kicks him again and James drops the chair. Tommy
then turns and whips James into the ropes. James bounces off the ropes and
Tommy jumps up and dropkicks him down. James rolls over and heads to the ropes
as Tommy heads over and grabs at him. He starts to bring him up as we then see
the three men that James Evans has been with come out form the back, running
down.
Sharper: “Tommy Valentine and
James Evans going at it. Tommy stopping James from going
after Wiseman with that chair.”
Winters: “It may not happen
though. James’ associates are heading to the ring and they won’t need the
chair. They’re ready to kick ass!”
The three men head down to the
ring as Wiseman starts to get up. One slides in as Tommy turns and nails him
with a hard right and then another. A second enters, but the third stops and
turns around as we see Jake Starr walking out from the back, brandishing his
steel chair. Wiseman turns and nails the second man with a hard right and the
henchman nails him with a shot. They trade blows as Tommy keeps the advantage
on the first man.
Sharper: “Jake Starr on his
way too.”
Winters: “And you know he’s
thinking about last week, how close he was to becoming the Adrenaline
Champion!”
Tommy knocks the first man out
of the ring, but just then, James Evans runs up behind him and lifts him up
before throwing him over with a reverse release death valley
driver. The crowd ohs and boos. Wiseman kicks the
second man and throws him into the corner before turning back to James. James
goes for the chair, but Wiseman steps on it and clubs him in the back. The
third man goes to nail Jake Starr but Starr kicks him in the ribs and nails him
in the back with his chair. He continues to the ring before nailing the first
man in the side, knocking him down. Wiseman clubs Evans again and lifts him up.
He then jumps up and nails him with a Superman punch. James Evans falls to a
knee and rolls over. Starr enters the ring and he turns and Wiseman turns to
him and Jake Starr immediately nails him in the ribs with the end of the chair.
He then slams the chair into his back. He then turns and nails the second
henchman that Wiseman was dealing with with a chair
shot, the man getting his hands up, before dropping down.
Winters: “He went for the
head! Fine coming!”
Sharper: “A shot to Wiseman! A
shot to the henchman! And now James Evans!”
James Evans slowly stirs and
Jake Starr nails him in the back with the chair. Evans falls to the mat and
Starr nails him again. James struggles and rolls to the floor. Jake Starr then
looks at James Evans before backing up. Tommy slowly stirs as Jake Starr looks
at him. Wiseman stirs too. Starr then looks around as he still holds his chair.
He then yells out and holds the chair over his head.
Sharper: “Jake Starr standing
tall here on Breakdown.”
Winters: “Add a fine too for
good measure, and this Sunday, though, he’s going to have to deal with all
three at the same time.”
Sharper: “Yeah, but you know
what the rules are in a final four…”
Winters: “Wiseman can stop
James Evans from using the chair tonight, but nothing against the rules to use
them this Sunday. It’s fatal fourway
rules. One winner, but you can’t be DQed or counted
out.”
Sharper: “And that means Jake
Starr and James Evans could be very dangerous…Jake Starr for sure has shown
that.”
Winters: “What about those
henchmen? They’re down now…but this Sunday?”
Sharper: “And can Tommy and Wiseman
counter that all?! We’ll find out this Sunday!”
Jake Starr remains in the
middle of the ring as the crowd boos him. Tommy slowly stirs and Jake Starr
turns to him briefly before turning and focusing back on James Evans as Evans
starts to walk around the ring and starts to make his retreat. Wiseman reaches
for Starr, seemingly hoping to still stop him. Jake Starr doesn’t pay him any
mind and instead continues to stand in the ring as his music plays and the
scene fades to black.

The scene cuts to the inside of the Scotiabank Saddledome
in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Pyro shoots from both ends of the stage and
towards the middle before back out to the outside and then all across the
stage. Spotlights circle around the arena as the camera pan throughout the
arena, showing the many fans who have filed into the arena standing and
cheering, waving banners, signs, t-shirt and whatever else they have. The
cameras pan for a few moments before cutting to ringside to show Adam Sharper
and Jonathan Knots at the announce table.
Sharper: “Welcome back to
Calgary, the final stop before Rise to Greatness weekend begins this Friday in
Vancouver. Adam Sharper here, along with Jonathan Knots and we still have a
huge main event tonight.”
Knots: “A match that shouldn’t
be happening. A match that is clearly for pettiness.
Kennedy Street should be getting the night off for safety, to ensure she’ll be
one hundred percent for this Sunday. But no, she’s against Simon Lyman, that
lecherous fool and Monarchy is running around.”
Sharper: “That’s right and we
know Monarchy would love to get their hands on the World Champion. Ravyn Taylor is here too. A lot more
still to come here on Breakdown!”
“This is How a Heart Breaks”
starts to play and the crowd roars and many cheer, while others boos as spotlights circle the arena. A few moments pass before
CHBK walks out from the back with Mikaela Street by his side. The crowd
continues with their mixed reaction as CHBK makes his way down to the ring with
Mikaela. Mikaela taunts the crowd a bit as CHBK just laughs and walks towards
the ring.
Sharper: “Back in Canada here,
CHBK still has a lot of respect from these fans, but last week, he did
something that is not respectable in the slightest.”
Knots: “Please! It was great! Went back to one of Shilo’s greatest
moments!”
Sharper: “It was right after Shilo Valiant defeated Lucas Knight. He was heading to the
back as CHBK was waiting at the pyro station and set off the pyro just as Shilo was getting to the stage.
LAST WEEK – BREAKDOWN:
Shilo Valiant backs up and starts to head to the back. He continues
to walk to the back as Trinity Street just glares at him. Lucas slowly starts
to get up, holding his head and neck in pain and anger. Shilo
turns and glances back, smiling. He turns and walks towards the stage when
suddenly pyro shoots out of the stage. The crowd ohs
and Shilo jukes back, guarding his face. He then
watches as the flames of pyro die down. Shilo looks
around before we cut to the pyrotechnics station. We then see CHBK smirking as
he backs away from it and turns before walking towards the back. Shilo Valiant glances over to the pyrotechnics station.
Instead of his usual smile, he’s just showing pure anger. The Breakdown logo
comes up on the screen.
Knots: “Shades of a couple of
years ago when Zero did that and took Shilo out for
months.”
Sharper: “CHBK knowing that
and sending a bit of a message, one that Shilo
certainly didn’t appreciate.”
We return to a live shot to
see CHBK with a microphone in his hand walking around the ring. Mikaela smiles
as she looks around. CHBK just smirks before looking out at the crowd as the
music fades out.
CHBK: “I have to say that
sparks flew last week on Breakdown. I wasn’t sure if I was going to want to
have to deal with Shilo Valiant again…but what can I
say?!”
The crowd roars with a mixed
reaction.
CHBK: “I hope you enjoyed the
message last week. See, Shilo, I’m not like anyone
else you’ve ever faced. You can play your games all you want. You can call for
entertainment. I’ve seen it, I’ve done it and frankly, Shilo,
I hope you realized you’re in over your head. You can call me out for my
tactics. You can say I’m boring, but the fact of the matter is that it doesn’t
really matter because the point is to WIN the matches…”
CHBK shakes his head, in a bit
of disbelief.
CHBK: “If these fans cheer and
chant and want to get my autograph after the show, that’s all well and good.
I’ll leave those goals to other people…like you. But I’ll take all of my pride
in reminding you that you need to worry about yourself before you start to mess
with others. I’ll take all of my pride in that I’m in the recordbooks
and my big match record is second to few.”
???: “Is that so, CHBK…”
The crowd roars as CHBK looks
down and sighs before looking around the arena. Mikaela does the same. Cries of
“Necro!” can be heard from all around the arena.
CHBK: “Shilo,
for someone who cares about entertainment, you’re doing an awful lot of hiding.
I’m sure some people here would love to see you in person.”
Shilo: “Oh…they’ll see me where it
matters. I’ll happily join them outside of the building after the show. This,
unfortunately, is more for you and I. I can’t stand
you telling more lies. First, you don’t entertain and fall into bad habits and
now, you lie…tut tut. Can’t let you get off the hook
there?”
CHBK rolls his eyes.
Shilo: “I say that because we all
know there is no stage bigger than Rise to Greatness and no one’s record rivals
mine. And it’s only going to get bigger and brighter because a little birdie
told me that you’ve agreed to face me this Sunday.”
CHBK smiles and looks down.
CHBK: “Good to hear your email
works well Shilo.”
Shilo: “Ha! Sorry…I’ve missed those
zingers….so fresh from the Mother Canucker days.”
CHBK: “For someone that was so
angry last week, you’re having some fun joking around.”
CHBK looks around.
Shilo: “No, CHBK…I just am trying
to keep myself level for when I do end up in the same arena, in the same room
and the same ring as you so I can remind you that you need to sometimes know
when you’re better off stepping down. You want to bring back all of those memories
of a few years ago. Original in following one of your old rivals Jason Zero.
See, I’m going to instead do what I do…and you just plainly said…it’s what
matters….Win. The only difference…I’m going to put on the show that I do and
then I’m going to remind you that your old styles, your old methods and your
copied strategies are going to be your downfall because CHBK, I won’t be
telling jokes this Sunday. I will be kicking your ass all around that ring and
getting the Last Laugh!”
The crowd roars as CHBK smirks
and looks around.
CHBK: “Well then Shilo…”
CHBK then turns to the camera.
CHBK: “I’ll even move to the
camera, just to get the good shot, so you can then replay this to get yourself
revved up.”
CHBK looks right into the
camera.
CHBK: “You may not like my
strategies…you may think that they’re a bit dated…or they’re not the most
creative anymore…but who cares, Shilo. They get the
job done. And this Sunday, I’m going to get the job done and then I’m going to
enjoy my time in my home country, head back to Toronto, celebrate with
Mikaela…and then get back to thinking about the fruits of another big win…the
Trios Tournament contract I hold. And Shilo…I’ll find
all of that VERY entertaining.”
CHBK then steps back as CHBK
then looks around. We then hear some slow clapping. CHBK just looks less than
pleased as the crowd even joins with Shilo’s
clapping.
Shilo: “CHBK….Anything with Mikaela
will be sympathy over celebration…the only entertainment in our match will come
by my hands…NECRO!”
CHBK just shakes his head as
“Sin with a Grin” plays. The crowd roars as CHBK turns and gets Jason Phillips’
attention and tosses the microphone at him. Mikaela turns to CHBK, asking him
something. CHBK just walks over to the ropes and holds them open. Mikaela then turns
and exits the ring. CHBK steps out after her and drops down to the floor. He
then starts to head to the back.
Sharper: “Shilo
is fired up and CHBK seems to be too, but I think he may have unearthed a side
of Shilo we’ve not see in some time.”
Knots: “So much so that we’re
not seeing him here. Is he going to be all talk this Sunday or is CHBK in
trouble?”
Sharper: “We’ll find out and
CHBK definitely will. He better be ready.”
Knots: “He always is.”
CHBK and Mikaela head to the
back as the crowd continues to look on. Shilo Valiant’s theme music plays as the camera follows CHBK and
Mikaela on their way through the curtain.

Breakdown returns as we see
Jake Starr heading down the hallway and Spirit Dansby starts to head towards
him.
Spirit: “Jake…can I get a
word-“
Starr storms over to her and
Spirit lunges back a bit.
Starr: “Yeah…I hope everyone
got the hint. Yeah…I’m not Adrenaline Champion, but I’m going to do the next
best thing…beat everyone’s ass at Rise to Greatness and make sure no one else
gets in my way of another shot.”
Starr turns and walks off.
Spirit turns and watches him leave. The crowd boos seeing him as Starr walks
off.
Donovan Kayl
vs. Matt Auclair
"Epic" by Faith No
More starts to play as the spotlight focuses on the top of the ramp.
Immediately, the crowd rise to their feet in a raucous ovation.
Can you feel it
See it
Hear it today?
If you can't, then it doesn't matter anyway
You will never understand it 'cause it happens too
fast
And it feels so good, it's like walking on glass
Stepping out to the top of the ramp is "The Cornerstone" Donovan Kayl. He steps to the side, facing out to the crowd.
It's so cool
It's so hip
It's alright
It's so groovy
It's outta sight
You can touch it
Smell it
Taste it so sweet
But it makes no difference 'cause it knocks you off
your feet
After turning his head to survey the entire crowd, he turns to face the front
of the ramp, beginning to walk out towards the ring.[/i]
You want it all but you can't have it
Kayl keeps his eyes focused on the ring ahead, and
with a stoic gaze in his eyes, slaps the hands of a few fans at ringside.
It's cryin'
Bleedin'
Lying on the floor
So you lay down on it and you do it some more
You've got to share it
So you dare it
Then you bare it
And you tear it
Once he gets to the bottom of the ramp, Donovan pulls himself up onto the
apron, walking over to the corner. He climbs up onto the second rope, looking
out over the crowd, until the second chorus hits...
You want it all but you can't have it
It's in your face but you can't grab it
Kayl throws his arms up for the roaring crowd,
shouting out something that's just impossible to hear outside of the first
couple of rows nearby. He hops the top rope into the ring, moving to the middle
where he spins once, dropping to a knee and shooting his arms out. He drops his
head as the crowd showers the ring with streamers, cascading down around him as
he looks at the ring under his knee before raising his head upward slowly.
Sharper: “Donovan Kayl has a big weekend in front of him. Not only will he be
challenging for the SCW World Tag Team Championship, but the night before,
he’ll be watching his students start their wrestling careers.”
Knots: “Yeah. So it may be a
weekend full of disappointment and heartache! Great way to
celebrate the biggest show of the year.”
The distorted tune of Chimaira’s “Pure Hatred” blast out through the speakers at
a volume that likely has every non-death metal fan covering their ears. Red lights are pulsing on
stage in tune with the song as Matt Auclair storms
out onto the stage in his black leather jacket, the Underground title belt
being clutched in his bare left hand. Fans in the front row remain silent while
those a safe distance away from him start booing. Auclair just scans over the arena with a death glare,
though when the traditional death metal scream opening of the lyrics comes up, Auclair rears back and lets out a
primal scream of his own right along with it. As the lyrics, which are
appropriate in Matt's mind for his current situation, kick in the brawler
begins to storm down the ramp with only pure malicious intent on his mind. Once
at ringside he tosses the title into the ring and then slides in, picking up
the belt as he heads straight to his corner, where he awaits the bell by
impatiently pacing back and forth like a caged animal ready to strike.
Sharper: “Underground
Championship not on the line. Not on the line this Sunday, but he has to be
salivating over being in the Thunderdome.”
Knots: “They’ll be locked in
the Thunderdome, he and Red Rayne with Requiem. It’s
not going to end until someone is spent. Auclair is
ready for a war.”
Auclair watches Kayl
as the bell sounds. Kayl steps out and Auclair then runs at him. He goes for a running
clothesline, but Kayl ducks and spins around. Auclair stops at the corner. He turns around and Kayl nails him with a forearm and then another and another.
He hits a chop. The crowd woos. Kayl chops him again.
More woos. Auclair then headbutts him. Kayl staggers back and Auclair
steps forward and Kayl nails him with a forearm and
then another chop. Auclair headbutts him. The
crowd ohs. Kayl then
kicks him in the ribs and hits a dropkick, knocking Auclair
back into the corner.
Sharper: “Kayl
gets him back, but Auclair fighting with every blow.”
Knots: “Why would anyone try
to strike Auclair? Grapple him, submit him, but don’t
brawl him!”
Auclair steps out and Kayl dropkicks him again. He falls back. Kayl then grabs him and headlock takedowns him over. He
then gets up and hits an elbow drop. He gets up and hits a second one. He goes
for the pin.

Auclair kicks out. Kayl rolls over and gets up as Auclair
slowly stirs. Kayl grabs him and lifts him up and Auclair nails him in the ribs with a shot. He nails him
again. The crowd boos. Kayl then grabs him and goes
to whip him into the ropes, but Auclair stops and
pulls him in and shoulders him down. He holds onto his hair and pulls him back
up and headbutts him. Kayl
falls back to the ropes. Auclair then runs at him and
nails him with a clothesline, knocking him over the top rope to the floor.
Sharper: “Hard clothesline. Kayl down to the
floor.”
Knots: “And Auclair isn’t stopping.”
(1) Kayl
starts to get up on the floor and Auclair steps
through to the floor. (1) He walks to Kayl and clubs
him in the back. (2) Kayl falls over to the
barricade. Auclair follows and nails him with a
forearm shot. The crowd boos. (3) Auclair looks at
the crowd and then cuffs him with a short jab to the jaw. He then lifts him up
and hip throws him down to the mats. (4) Kayl rolls
over and Auclair grabs him by the hair and turns
before throwing him into the ring. (5) Auclair slides
in and Kayl starts to get up and Auclair
nails him with a swinging clothesline, knocking him down. Kayl
slowly gets up and starts to pull himself up and Auclair
grabs him and headbutts him in the spine. The crowd ohs. Auclair then headbutts
him again. He falls to the mats. Auclair then
shoves him into the corner.
Sharper: “Auclair
in control here as he sends Kayl into the corner.”
Knots: “He may not make it to
Rise to Greatness and instead just have to settle for a lot more
disappointment.”
Auclair walks over and nails him with
a series of hard rights and lefts to the ribs. Kayl
winces with each blow as he tries to cover up. Auclair then headbutts
him in the head. Kayl falls to a knee. Auclair pulls him out and snaps him over with a side belly
to belly suplex. He then grabs Kayl
and slowly lifts him up. He spins him around and then shoves him chest first
into the ropes. Kayl bounces off and Auclair nails him in the spine with a forearm. He then
shoves him forward again. Kayl bounces off the ropes chest
first and Auclair goes to grab him, but Kayl turns and hits an enziguri
kick. Auclair falls back. The crowd cheers.
Sharper: “Big kick to the
head. Auclair dropped!”
Knots: “Well he dug deep
there. Good to know he has a couple of tricks still.”
Auclair starts to get up and Kayl gets up. He watches Auclair
and then hoists him up and hits a back suplex. He
gets up and runs into the ropes. He bounces off and hits a knee drop to the
face of Auclair. Auclair
holds his head in pain. Kayl then goes for the pin.

2!
Auclair kicks out. Kayl gets up and Auclair slowly
gets up. Kayl clubs him in the back. He then turns
and whips him into the ropes. Auclair bounces off and
Kayl takes him down with a high knee. Auclair hits the mat and starts to get up. Kayl runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a swinging neckbreaker.
Sharper: “Nice swinging neckbreaker there.”
Knots: “Think Kelcey Wallace or Monarchy noticed that one. A lot like the
Perfect Fate.”
Sharper: “Who knows? Trinity
Street is seeing everything as an affront these days.”
Kayl gets up and goes for another
pin.
1!
2!
Auclair pushes him off. He sits up
and Kayl grabs him. He elbows him in the head. He
then gets up and elbows him again. Auclair rolls
over. Kayl grabs him and drags him up. He then nails
him with a cuffing blow to the jaw. Auclair falls
back to the ropes. Kayl turns and runs into the
ropes. He bounces off and Auclair jumps up and nails
him with a flying shoulder tackle. The crowd ohs. Auclair then gets up.
He watches at Kayl and slowly lifts him up. He then
turns and nails him hard in the ribs. Auclair turns
and spins him around before running him over and throwing him through the ropes
and to the floor by the ramp. He rolls over as the crowd boos.
Sharper: “Auclair
throwing Kayl to the floor. A brief
chance for him to get a break from Kayl’s offense and
shake the cobwebs.”
Knots: “Or just discombobulate
Kayl some more. I love that work. Discom-BOB-ulate.
Bob needs to be in more words.”
Kayl starts to get up and Auclair heads towards the ropes. He goes to step out, but
the referee stops him. Auclair backs up, but as he
does, we then see, not Trinity Street or Lucas Knight, but we see Chef
Cummings, Dante McCaffery and Dylan Howell. Howell
leads the charge as he runs down to the ring and immediately clotheslines. Kayl down.
Kayl falls over as the crowd boos loudly. Howell
turns around as Dante and Cummings join in and stomp away on Kayl. Kayl covers up as they
stomp away. Howell turns and joins in as the crowd boos loudly. The referee
turns away from Auclair and back to Kayl and sees this, immediately calling for the bell. The
crowd boos as Kayl covers up.
Sharper: “Howell, Cummings and
McCaffery! They’re stomping a hole into the chest of Kayl!”
Knots: “Looks like they’re
sending a message to him and his students!”
Sharper: “Auclair
has been disqualified, but I’m not sure how much he cares!”
Auclair just stands in the ring and
even smiles a bit, waving his hands up, just watching. Howell, Dante and
Cummings stomp away on kayl as we see officials run
out from the back. We also see Simon Lyman jogging out and he runs over and
joins the officials as he checks on Kayl. Howell,
Cummings and McCaffery back up.
Sharper: “And I just thought
of this! Simon Lyman will be facing Kennedy Street tonight. Cummings, McCaffery and Howell all have links to Kennedy!”
Knots: “Please! She doesn’t
need anyone to do her fighting for her.”
Sharper: “Uh-huh. Can’t have
the gauntlet, but can remove some of her opponents’ allies!”
Knots: “Please! The gauntlet
was to make sure people earn their shots!”
Sharper: “In any case, Kayl is in a bad way thanks to Cummings, McCaffery and Howell who will face Kayl’s
Youth Movement this Saturday night.”
Lyman checks on Kayl as Howell, Cummings and McCaffery
start to make their way to the back. The crowd boos them. Auclair
just looks on smiling as we then cut away.
The scene opens up backstage
to see Marisa Condolesa with Alexis Quinne. With her is Grundy and El Rudo.
Condolesa: “I am here backstage with
the SCW Women’s Champion, Alexis Quinne and earlier
tonight, we heard from Autumn Valentine. This Sunday, you have a huge match,
fatal fourway, defending your title. Along with that,
Celestia Lockeheart has
claimed that El Rudo was the one who attacked her as
you wanted to prevent her from being a threat down the road.”
Quinne turns to her.
Quinne: “And what proof do you have,
huh? Yeah, just some jumped up fake cowboy and whatever delusions she has. I’m
not threatened by NOBODY. PUNK HAZARD, we dominate.
And Celestia can slander me all she wants, El Rudo is gonna wreck her this
Saturday. She can then make up whatever lies she wants, but she isn’t gonna ever be a threat to me. As for Autumn,
that clumpnugget needs to learn that no one likes her
and that she’s going to be crying yet again at the end of the night when I
school her! That’s right, I school her!”
Autumn looks at Condolesa.
Quinne: “Seriously, this is the
funniest thing ever. Autumn Valentine has pissed everyone off so badly that NO
ONE wants to be her friend and I’m going to take the one last thing she has
left to give her any meaning in her life. That’s any shot at her ever touching
MY title again. It’s MINE. No YOURS and the PUNK HAZARD banner will be waving
high when I beat Autumn, I beat Christy and I beat
that nosy bitch, Shaya too.”
The crowd boos as Quinne turns back to Marisa.
Condolesa: “Good luck this Sunday.”
Quinne: “Won’t need it!”
Quinne turns and walks off with El Rudo and Grundy following her as we cut away.
COMMERCIAL:
"BELIEVE IT!"
At the sound of the familiar call, the true-believers are immediately on their
feet in cheers as "What I Believe" by Skillet brings forth a barrage purple-blue lights in the design of snowflakes
across the arena. From the back, out walks The Snow Queen, herself, Selena
Frost. With a twirl amongst the lights and snowflakes, Frost slowly strolls
down the ramp, her platinum-white hair in a long-braid swishing this way and
that.
Looking around the arena, Selena smiles at the voice of her
true-believers before sliding into the ring. Inside, the Winter Diamond
is quickly on her feet, stepping into the center of the ring as all the snowflake-lights
rush to form a large blue-white snowflake-shaped light over Selena. Raising her
arms, the Defier of Worlds looks up at the lights
before they return to normal.
Sharper: “Selena Frost joining
us here and in four days, she will be in that huge First Blood Match…”
Knots: “And she may be a bald
little snowball. If Dawn gets her way, a bloody bald little
snowball!”
Sharper: “That’s right…if Dawn
wins, Selena’s head will be shaved.”
Selena Frost walks over to the
apron and grabs a microphone from the apron. She then turns and looks around
the arena .The crowd cheers her as she looks at her hair briefly and looks up
at the crowd.
Selena: “It’s hard to believe
that this may be the last time I stand in front of this crowd…on Breakdown with
one of the symbols of who and what I am…”
Selena looks at the braid over
her shoulder.
Selena: “But I should stress
the word may….I know Dawn, you’re going to say WILL…but I’m not going to just
roll over and let you have your revenge. I’m not going to accept it. And I know, you’ve got the advantage. Yeah, I’ll say it. You have the
advantage.”
The crowd boos a bit.
Selena: “Hold on…”
Selena holds her hand up.
Selena: “I’ll just admit it
though…this is a first blood match and Dawn Lohan, given not only her family
kin, but her allies, I’m going to take a guess that
she’s a bit better at spilling blood. But that doesn’t mean a win for certain.
That means nothing. Because Dawn, you gave me something I am going to fight
until I can’t anymore. It’s not just closure, you want
to take from me!”
Selena looks right at the
camera.
Selena: “And I’m not going to
let you do that without a fight. I’m not going to let you keep helping
yourself on my name because you cannot let go. You want to bring my bloodied
hair as a trophy. You won’t and I will standing here
when Breakdown returns after Rise to Greatness, looking the same as ever!
You…you are the one who is going to have to deal with whatever ramifications
for claims you won’t be able to make good on-“
Just then, we see Dawn Lohan
walking out from the back, microphone in her hand. She cuts off Selena.
Dawn: “Selena….Selena…Selena…”
Selena turns and looks at the
entrance way.
Dawn: “Do you really believe
anything you’re claiming? This is something that has awaited you for nearly a
year. And Selena, after listening to you last week and then hearing you again
here tonight, it’s clear that you also haven’t seen the forest for the trees.
Rise to Greatness will be an opportunity. Not for closure…although I’m
certainly going to get that…Not even for glory and to send a message. I’ll get
that too…but mother made clear another very important thing to me.”
Selena: “What’s that? Wanton destruction for your own joy. I’m not going to allow
that. I’ve stood up to your mother for the better part
of a year and you, nor her are going to stop me from ending this all. And if I
have to spill your blood…then I will.”
Dawn shakes her head.
Dawn: “You just don’t
understand…”
Just then, we see Red Rayne
walking out from the back. The crowd boos some more as Red Rayne takes a few
steps forward. Dawn then turns to her and Red Rayne looks at Dawn with a smile.
Selena perks up a bit and watches both of them, bringing the microphone to her
side. Dawn then hands Red Rayne her microphone. Rayne turns to Selena.
Rayne: “You will though soon
Selena. While you and her can resolve your differences
as I’ve said she needed to, she is also going to offer you opportunity.”
The crowd boos. Selena just
glares at her.
Rayne: “The same opportunity I
gave her just under a year ago. You should consider it as you will never be
holding this title again…”
Rayne glances at the
Adrenaline Championship over her shoulder.
Rayne: “And after I remove Rachel
Foxx from our way…and my sister realizes her future needs to be with the Blood
Grove, what awaits you at Rise to Greatness and tonight…it will only be your reawakening!”
Sharper: “What awaits her
tonight?”
Just then, Red Rayne puts the
microphone down before starting to walk towards the ring. Dawn Lohan follows
with her The
crowd roars and Selena throws the microphone down. She then gets ready to
fight. Just then, we see Rachel Foxx walking out from the side of the stage.
She starts to head around the stage as Dawn slides into the ring. Selena runs
over and stomps her in the back. Red Rayne hops onto the apron and Selena grabs
her and nails her with a shot. Rayne nails her with one. With the ropes between
them, they trade blows.
Sharper: “Rayne and Selena
trading blows.”
Knots: “Well Selena took down
Dawn…”
Sharper: “She’s getting back
up.”
Knots: “Look! It’s Rachel
Foxx!”
Dawn gets up and clubs Selena
in the back. Selena turns and Red Rayne pulls her down in a guillotine. Selena
falls back and Dawn dives on top of her. The crowd then roars as Rachel Foxx
runs up behind Rayne and clubs her in the back. She then spins her around and
nails her with a forearm and Red Rayne turns and nails her with a shot. Dawn
hammers away with repeated forearms to the forehead. Selena covers up. Dawn
then gets up and walks around the ring. Selena slowly rolls over and starts to
get up and we then see Matt Auclair heading down to
the ring, with evil intentions in his eyes.
Sharper: “It’s Auclair! Aucliar coming down.”
Knots: “That may mean the end
for Foxx and Selena! Dawn is setting her up.”
Selena slowly gets up and Dawn
runs at her and goes for the Through the Looking Glass. Selena moves out of the
way and Dawn turns. She turns to Selena and Selena jumps up and takes Dawn over
with the Frost’s Bite. The crowd erupts in cheers. Foxx kicks Rayne in the ribs
and then nails her again and again before Auclair
runs up from behind and pulls her back by the hair and spins her around
violently and into the barricade. The crowd ohs. Foxx gets up, wincing in pain as she gets up
and runs at Auclair. Selena however keeps the hold on
Dawn. Dawn yells in pain and starts to tap out from the hold.
Sharper: “Selena has the
Frost’s Bite in. Dawn tapping out!”
Knots: “Doesn’t matter this
Sunday though!”
Sharper: “And Rachel Foxx in
trouble on the floor!”
Rachel Foxx turns and Auclair headbutts her. She
staggers back and swings at Auclair and Auclair headbutts her again. Red
Rayne looks in the ring, seeing Dawn tapping out. She turns back to Red Rayne
and nails her with a hard right. Foxx falls over and rolls over. Auclair grabs her by the hair and then we see Rachel Tatum
Lee running out from the back. She heads over to Auclair
and tackles him down with a Lou Thesz Press. The
crowd roars. She rolls through as Red Rayne ignores her and walks over to
Rachel Foxx and nails her with a series of hard rights. Selena keeps the holds
on Dawn before starting to kick at her head. Dawn tries to cover up and Selena
lets go. She gets up and urns at Dawn and goes for the face with a shot, but
Dawn covers up and rolls to the floor.
Sharper: “Dawn getting out of
the ring. Selena making her tap. Sending a message of her own!”
Knots: “And Rachel Tatum Lee
is going after Auclair and Red Rayne is focusing on
Foxx!”
Selena focuses on Dawn as Red
Rayne then starts to trade blows with Rachel Foxx. Rachel Tatum Lee then runs
up behind Red Rayne and clubs her in the back. She clubs her again. Auclair starts to get up. He then seemingly sets up for the
Deathblow to Rachel Tatum Lee, but he stops and headbutts
her in the back of the head. Rachel Tatum Lee turns and nails him. They then
trade a couple of shots as officials and security members come down from the
back. They start to break people up as the crowd boos. Auclair
is pushed back as Red Rayne is as well. Foxx gets a shot in on her as Selena
turns to them. Dawn backs up from the ring as both Rachels
try to get to Rayne and Auclair. Auclair
and Rayne try to get past the officials and security.
Sharper: “Requiem and Rayne
and Auclair being broken up. This Sunday, they
compete in the Thunderdome!”
Knots: “And no one will stop
them. No one can stop them. No one will want to stop them there!”
Sharper: “They didn’t want to
wait tonight. But damn, this Sunday…”
Knots: “It’s going to be
violent…it’s going to be bloody!”
Dawn looks at Selena as Selena
continues to look at Dawn, turning to Rayne and Auclair
to be sure. Rayne then turns and starts to head to the ring and the officials
stop her. The crowd roars as Rachel Tatum Lee manages to get free and runs at Auclair and nails him. He nails her and they’re pulled
apart again. The crowd roars as they keep trying to get at one another before
we cut away.
COMMERCIAL:
We return to Breakdown to see
Red Rayne, Matt Auclair and Dawn Lohan walking
backstage. We then see Kordy running up to her.
Kordy: “Mother…mother…I was
late…I’m sorry-“
Rayne: “Quiet Kordelia…”
Rayne takes a few more steps
as we then see Typhoid Mary with Blitzkrieg and Celeste Mallory. Red Rayne
stops and looks at them.
Mary: “Shame you couldn’t
bloody her tonight.”
Dawn: “I’ll take care of that
this Sunday.”
Mary: “You better.”
Blitzkrieg then turns to
Rayne.
Blitzkrieg: “And her….”
Rayne: “My Titan…the Thunderdome will take care of the rest. Matt and I will
cripple and destroy Rachel Foxx….and then my sister will have to come to terms
with her situation.”
Kordy: “But what if-“
Auclair stops her.
Auclair: “I’ll make sure of it.”
Red Rayne just smiles. Auclair turns to Rayne.
Auclair: “She will be with you once
again.”
Auclair then turns to Blitzkrieg.
Auclair: “Just make sure that no one
doubts us after this Sunday.”
Auclair and Rayne then start to walk
off. Mary smiles as Blitzkrieg watches them leave before following after them
and we cut to ringside.
We return and open up inside
the arena when suddenly “Hail to the King” by Avenged Sevenfold starts to play.
The crowd immediately starts to boo.
Sharper: “I was wondering when
we would be greeted by Silas Mason. He’s been here all day with a wide smile.”
Knots: “Because in a few days,
he’ll be removing three massive pains in his ass!”
A few moments pass before
Katie Steward walks out from the back and looks around the arena. She walks off
to the side of the stage as we see TJ Johnson walk out after her. We then see
Regan Street walk out and look around. The crowd roars briefly before starting
to boo. She look out at the crowd before Sienna Swann
comes out last with B. Real. She looks around before we see Silas Mason walk
out from behind and clearly check her out. He just smirks as Sienna feigns a
smile before Silas Mason turns and looks out at the crowd who boo louder than
before. Silas just smirks as the boos continue. His
music plays for a few moments longer before Silas brings a microphone that he
had in his hand up to his mouth.
Silas: “Thank y’all for the warm reception. I know though that y’all wish that you were me with this selection of
beautiful women standing with you.”
The crowd boos as Silas
smirks.
Silas: “You may have noticed
that a few people haven’t made an appearance tonight, perhaps to savour their
last moments on Breakdown.”
Silas smirks.
Sharper: “Angelica Jones,
Harmony Fisher…Jessica Lasiewicz. They have not
appeared here tonight. I don’t even know if they’re in Calgary. I didn’t see
them come in earlier.”
Silas: “Well that’s because
they aint even here. I didn’t get them booked. I
didn’t even want to see them come and get knots on their head headin’ into Rise to Greatness. I’m still a fair man. And
so I told them to stay at home and get used to the feelin’.
That’s all their wrestlin’ career will be after this
Sunday. When they stand up to me and my world swallows them whole and they’re
forced to retire in Vancouver this Sunday.”
The crowd boos. Silas looks
around before turning to the three women behind him.
Silas: “See, we’ve trimmed the
fat. Do ya honestly think they have a chance? They
may have some potential. Baby Cakes may have some that hasn’t dried up yet.
Even Baby Red….she may have somethin’ in the reserve.
But look at the three women who know that I will lead them to what they want in
this business. Baby Goddess…a former World Champion and will be World Tag
Champion soon enough.”
Silas then turns to Sienna
Swann and smiles.
Silas: “My beautiful Baby
Face…a future World Champion and easily the most devastatin’
striker on this roster.”
Silas reaches up and rubs her
chin before turning to Regan Street who just looks at him, clearly with some
disdain.
Silas: “And Baby Cat…another
future World Champion. And that will only be under my management. They’ve come
to me and I will deliver…but first, they need to make sure they help me take
care of the undeserving and ungrateful. And this Sunday, they will do so by
ending the careers of Angelica Jones, Harmony Fisher and Jessica Lasiewicz. And then, everyone will remember that ya don’t mess with My World….”
Silas then glances back at the
three women.
Silas: “Y’all
know what to do this Sunday…but tonight, how about ya
just wave at the camera. Wish our opponents good luck in their endeavours. This
will be the last Breakdown that they’re still wrasslers.”
Silas turns to them.
Silas: “Come on…Wave!”
Katie starts to wave, as does
TJ. B.Real happily does. Sienna looks at Regan and then
starts to wave herself. Regan then does the same. Silas just laughs.
Silas: “Enjoy the view….”
“Hail to the King” starts to
play as the crowd continues to boo. Silas just continues to smile before
turning and motioning to Katie, Sienna and Regan. They then converge at the
curtain before Silas motions for them to leave.
We then cut to ringside to see
Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots at ringside.
Sharper: “Disrespect to
Angelica, Harmony and Lasiewicz. And even continued
disrespect of his own stable. His
own clients. I’m getting sick of what he’s doing. Ordering
them.”
Knots: “It’s tough love.
Angelica and Harmony were too weak for it. He’s making sure they have intense
discipline to meet their goals and they’ll take out anyone in their way.”
Sharper: “Well now we know why
Jones and Fisher aren’t here to at least make a final statement. You have to
know that’s only going to motivate them more for this Sunday.”
Knots: “Yeah…as if their
careers being on the line won’t be enough.”
Sharper: “And folks, this
Sunday, high stakes all over the card. Some huge matches as SCW brings you the biggest night of the year. Rise to Greatness
2015. History will be made and the landscape will change.”
Knots: “Yeah, started on
Saturday night, but Sunday, the big night, eleven matches that the world is gonna be watching with bated breath!”
“Could Have Been Me” by the
Struts starts to play as the Rise to Greatness logo comes up on the screen. We
then see stills of each of the matches.
If Silas’ World wins, Angelica Jones, Harmony Fisher
& Jessica Lasiewicz careers are over
If Silas’ World loses, Angelica Jones & Harmony Fisher obtain complete
releases from Silas Mason’s management
Silas’ World (Regan Street, Sienna Swann & Katie Steward) vs. Angelica
Jones, Harmony Fisher & Jessica Lasiewicz
Sharper: “High stakes for
Angelica Jones, Harmony Fisher and Jessica Lasiewicz.”
Knots: “He’s doing them a
favour! Silas is helping them out, but they don’t want it, it better cost!”
Sharper: “Will Silas’ World
end three women’s careers or will they finally get freed from his thumb?”
CHBK vs. Shilo Valiant
Knots: “Time for the idiot
Joker to finally get his coming. He calls CHBK unentertaining. I call him a
legend.”
Sharper: “Two of the best no
matter how you slice it and Shilo vows to give CHBK a
beating he’ll remember.”
SCW Women’s Championship
Autumn Valentine vs. Christy Matthews vs. Shaya Blackley vs. Alexis Quinne
Sharper: “Meanwhile, how will
Autumn Valentine act when her and Christy Matthews are
in the same ring for the first time since she found out she attacked her and
cost her the Women’s Championship?”
Knots: “Is it going to matter
though? Alexis Quinne is going to be ready. Shaya better be too. Women’s Title on the line. She wants revenge, Christy can happily cost her more!”
Vixen Cain vs. Nicole Kinneck
Sharper: “Arguably the oddest
match on the card. We don’t know what to expect from Nicole Kinneck.
All we know is she’s more aggressive.”
Knots: “But Cain can show some
aggressiveness to and one thing I’ve noted about him, he’ll have a plan. Just as long as she stays away from Keenie!”
James Evans vs. Merrick Wiseman vs. Tommy Valentine vs. Jake Starr
Sharper: “After the match
between James Evans and Merrick Wiseman earlier tonight, you know they’re not
going to hold back this Sunday. Four individuals who frankly
don’t care for one another.”
Knots: “Two want everyone out
of their way. One wants justice. The other wants to make waves. Only one is
going to be happy after this Sunday.”
Brittany Lohan vs. Blitzkrieg
Sharper: “Two monsters going
at it. Blitzkrieg made Lohan one of his first targets when he returned.
Brittany Lohan wants to step up to the challenge.”
Knots: “Is she going to be
able to? Can anyone stand up to Blitzkrieg?”
SCW World Tag Team Championship
Standing Room Only (Simon Lyman & Donovan Kayl)
vs. Monarchy (Trinity Street & Lucas Knight)
Knots: “Well, how pissed off
will Monarchy be?”
Sharper: “The question is both
want closure for different reasons. Trinity wants to end Simon Lyman for the
pain of the divorce they’ve suffered. Simon Lyman wants to end this all with
Trinity and Lucas Knight and Donovan Kayl are happy
to join in on the fight.”
Knots: “And with the World Tag
Team Championships on the line. The personal becomes more personal. Standing
Room Only would love to hold gold again and if that
happens, Monarchy will never let them leave Vancouver in one piece.”
Thunderdome Match
Red Rayne & Matt Auclair vs. Requiem (Rachel
Foxx & Rachel Tatum Lee)
Sharper: “The most devastating
structure in SCW history returns for the first time at Rise to Greatness. The Thunderdome will take place when Requiem looks to end their
war with the Blood Grove.”
Knots: “And they’re going to
destroy each other. Red Rayne however wants Rachel Tatum Lee to join her. You
have to wonder how that’s going to work when Lee is going to try and kick her
ass.”
Sharper: “Nevermind
Rachel Foxx looking to do just that too.”
First Blood Match
If Dawn Lohan wins, Selena Frost’s head will be shaved
Dawn Lohan vs. Selena Frost
Sharper: “And from the Thunderdome, a match that will end in blood.”
Knots: “And hopefully someone
getting their head shaved! That’ll happen if Dawn Lohan wins and then she can
hand the bloodied hair to Red Rayne.”
Sharper: “Selena Frost putting
it on the line to end Dawn Lohan’s constant involvement in her career and get
the closure for the end of their relationship.”
Syren vs. David Helms
Knots: “They made it clear
earlier. They want that big win on the big stage against a big opponent.”
Sharper: “A lot of
professional respect for both. A lot of pressure on both.
David Helms’ last Rise to Greatness and he’ll be facing off against one of the
top wrestlers in the world today.”
SCW World Championship
Kelcey Wallace vs. Ravyn
Taylor vs. Kennedy Street
Sharper: “But then the battle
to determine who is the best…the World Title.”
Knots: “Kennedy has made that
clear. It’s her and that won’t be changing!”
Sharper: “But Kelcey Wallace would love to finally hold her title now
free of Silas Mason, and aligned as part of Monarchy and Ravyn
Taylor, she wants the challenge and to show she’s not in the background
anymore. She’s one of the best wrestlers. Three women who
each see this as one of the most important matches in their career. Only
one will walk out the World Champion.”
The Rise to Greatness logo
then comes up on the screen.
Sharper: “It’s this Sunday
from BC Place in Vancouver, British Columbia. Rise to Greatness 2015. The biggest show of the year. And it all begins first Saturday
night, 7 p.m. EST for the Pre-show where we’ll see the Adrenaline and World Tag
Team Championship contenders named.”
Knots: “And then we go to
Sunday Night, before we go on the air, all of the last minute news and notes as
part of the Free-for-all, 6:30 p.m. EST and then live on pay per view at 7
p.m.”
Sharper: “Rivalries will end.
Closure will hopefully be had. Careers will change and the entire landscape of
SCW may shift. It’s Rise to Greatness, you will regret it if you miss it. It’s
this Sunday, live on pay per view!”
The logo remains on the screen
for a few moments longer before the Breakdown logo comes across the screen.
“Immortals” starts to play as
we see a shot of Simon Lyman and then a shot of Kennedy Street.
Sharper: “But we’re not done
here tonight in Calgary for Breakdown. Our main event, the
World Champion in non-title competition against Simon Lyman.”
Knots: “This isn’t right!”
Sharper: “That match, it’s
next!”
The scene fades to black.
COMMERCIAL:
Kennedy Street vs. Simon Lyman
The house lights dim and the
opening cymbal crash and riffs to "Tonight" by Seether
begins to blare throughout the arena. A buzz can be
heard rising through the crowd into cheers as the lyics
begin...
I'm not gonna waste this
This opportunity's mine
I'm sick of complaining
About a beautiful life
On the Jumbotron, clips of Simon hitting high impact
and high risk moves plays as the song continues, hyping the fans even further
How did we get here?
Did we forget all the things inside?
And how do we stay here?
Do we embrace all the things denied?
As the refrain begins, Cailey Carter makes her way
out on stage first dressed in a form fitting short black dress and black high
heeled boots followed by Simon in his ring attire. The two look at each other then the crowd smiling ear-to-ear before striding to the
ring confidently side-by-side
I feel so alive tonight
You got me feeling sublime
I want to yell it from the rooftops down
Until it's over, and we're older
Phillips: Now approaching the ring accompanied by Cailey
Carter, from Columbus, Ohio and weighing 230 pounds, "Simply
Sensational" SIIIIIIIIMON LYYYYYMAN!!!
While the fans roar, Simon and Cailey arrive at the
ring. Simon takes off his jacket handing it to Cailey
and they kiss each other briefly, then Simon enters the ring with Cailey in his corner. He goes to each of the corners and
climbs to the second turnbuckle while the song continues to play
Like sugar and cyanide
These worlds are gonna collide
I want to yell it from the rooftops down
Until it's over, and we're older
As "Tonight" winds down with Simon now in his corner we see a slight
smile still on his face looking out into the crowd anticipating the start of
the match and the show he will put on for them before going back to his corner
to talk with Cailey on the outside awaiting the start
of the match.
Sharper: “Simon Lyman has had
a long night so far and it may be longer, but not as personal and emotional as
this weekend may be. He faces his ex-wife, teams with his best-friend and hopes
to become the World Tag Team Champion again.”
Knots: “And tonight’s not
emotion or personal. He’s facing Kennedy Street, the woman he forced himself on
and ruined that picture perfect marriage!”
The woman that is the ONLY
Sexy Flawless Diva in ALL of professional wrestling, I give to you in all of her
glory.....
KENNEDY STREET!"
"Criticize” by Adelita’s Way plays throughout
the arena as a robed Kennedy Street slowly comes out from the back, the SCW
World Championship around her waist. She stands in the entrance way, looking
down, then up and out into the arena. Kennedy then drops the rope showing off
her beautiful body in her wrestling gear that leaves little to the imagination.
Kennedy cracks a sexy smirk as Ethan Von Aaron claps,
she raises her right arm in the air looking up into the rafters as the shower
of fireworks rain down behind her. Carlos quickly comes out and begins to drop
rose petals on the ground Kennedy walks on while the monstrous Maximilian
follows behind. The crowd boos as she looks over to the fans and smirks,
interacting with them, posing along the way to entice them a bit by blowing
kisses and shaking her ass....
Ethan leads her down to the ring as she arrives at the apron, Maximilian lifts
her up on the apron, Carlos rolls in and continues to throw Rose Petals on the
ground Keenie walks on as she steps through the ropes
stopping for a second and looks out biting the bottom of her lip and stroking
the ropes as she gets into the ring taking her time. She walks to the ropes and
climbs to the second turnbuckle and looks around smiling while posing for the
flash photography while Ethan again claps. Kennedy jumps down smiling to the
crowd and waves her hair to the side as she stands in the corner, extending her
long muscular legs, waving her opponent and referee off as she does her
pre-match stretches as Ethan instructs the referee how to properly handle a Keenie match. After she is done Kennedy pulls up her knee
pads and places them firmly on her knees, flings back her long blonde hair and
turns around to lean against the corner signaling the referee to come over. She
then takes off her title belt and hands it off to Ethan as she turns to Simon
Lyman and glares at him. Ethan and Maximilian stand in her corner and Carlos
sits with the timekeeper.
Sharper: “Kennedy Street did
not care for the fact that she’d be in action tonight.”
Knots: “Yeah and if something
happens to her, it’s on Mr. Douche’s head! He’s putting her at risk.”
Sharper: “But Simon Lyman is
going to be a tough battle. Kennedy Street is always a tough fight. And here we
go.”
The bell sounds as Kennedy
steps out of the corner and looks at Simon Lyman. She then yells at him to lie
down. Simon just shakes his head. Kennedy points at the mat and Simon just
looks at her before telling her to come at him. Kennedy again points at the mat
and Simon shakes his head before turning and blasting her with a hard right.
The crowd roars and Kennedy staggers back. Simon chops Kennedy across the
chest. The crowd woos. Simon then chops her again. Kennedy falls into the
corner. Simon grabs her and whips her across the ring and hard into the corner.
She hits the corner and staggers out and Simon scoops her up and powerslams her down. The crowd cheers. Simon goes for the
pin.

Kennedy kicks out and she
rolls over and heads over to the ropes. Simon gets up and Kennedy gets up at
the ropes. She stumbles up to her feet and spins around before Simon lifts her
up onto his shoulders. He then starts to move her down to one shoulder, but
Kennedy slides down. She then forearms Simon and Simon falls back as Kennedy
falls back to the ropes.
Sharper: “Kennedy just getting
out of dodge. Simon was looking to plant her, but
Kennedy cuffed him with a forearm.”
Knots: “The hell is wrong with
him. She was going to give him a chance to save his strength and he tries to
injure her. Even sucker punches her!”
Sharper: “It’s a match. It’ a
contest and she wanted him to lie down.”
Knots: “He enjoyed it last
time these two were probably in a closed space together!”
Kennedy turns around and Simon
steps forward and Kennedy blasts him with another forearm. She hits a third
before kicking him in the ribs and running into the ropes. She bounces off and
jumps up, hitting a flying clothesline, sending Simon down. Kennedy gets up as
Ethan celebrates on the floor. Simon starts to get up and Kennedy elbows him in
the back of the head. She then rears back and elbows him again. Kennedy runs
into the ropes. She bounces off and hits a jumping butt bump. Simon rolls over
as the crowd boos. Kennedy smirks before walking over to Simon and straddling
over him. She goes seemingly for a camel clutch, but Simon slides back. Kennedy
staggers forward and turns around before Simon jumps up and hits a dropkick,
knocking her down. She rolls over and falls to the floor. The crowd roars.
Sharper: “And Simon with a
dropkick. That cuts Kennedy’s momentum down and she goes right to the floor.”
Knots: “Come on! That should
be a disqualification!”
Sharper: “How?!”
Knots: “She was forced out of
the ring. That has to be illegal. And if not, there’s got to be a champion’s
advantage sort of thing.”
Sharper: “The title’s not on
the line!”
Knots: “But she’s still the
champion!”
Kennedy rolls over and starts
to get up. Lyman gets up and Maximillian walks around. The crowd boos as Ethan
calms Kennedy down. Kennedy looks at Simon. She holds her jaw a bit and
Maximillian makes sure Simon stays back. Simon backs up as the referee counts.
(1) Kennedy glares at him and starts to head to the ring. (2) She then climbs
up onto the apron and slowly enters the ring. Simon then starts to walk over
and Kennedy steps back out. Simon stops and the referee tells him to get back.
Simon backs up again and shakes his head. Kennedy slinks back in and Simon
steps forward only for Kennedy to lunge and drive her thumb into the eyes of
Simon. Simon turns back. Kennedy kicks him in the ribs and he backs up and
Kennedy runs into the ropes, bounces off and spins around him, dropping him
with the Silver Spoon. The crowd boos as Kennedy smiles. Ethan applauds.
Sharper: “Kennedy taking
advantage of Simon giving her space…”
Knots: “Yeah and the dope fell
for it!”
Sharper: “Silver Spoon puts
Simon Lyman down, but she’s wasting time, but going for the pin.”
Kennedy slowly rolls him over
and hooks the leg.

Simon kicks out. He rolls over
and Kennedy gets up. She grabs Simon and forces him back down and hits a leg
drop before getting up and hitting a second leg drop and then getting up and
hitting a third. The crowd boos as Kennedy gets up and walks around the ring
posing. Simon slowly rolls over, holding his jaw. Kennedy then walks over to
Simon and slowly lifts him up by the hair only to get him to his knees and kick
him. Kennedy then turns and runs into the ropes. She bounces off and goes for a
dropkick, but Simon moves out of the way. Kennedy misses and gets up and Simon
kicks her in the ribs, hooks her head up and throws her over with a jackhammer
into a pin.
Sharper: “Jackhammer. Simon with the pin. He could pin the World Champion!”
Knots: “Come on Kennedy! Kick
out!”
1!
2!
Kennedy gets her shoulder up.
She rolls over. Simon gets up and grabs her. Kennedy elbows him in the ribs.
Simon winces. Kennedy elbows him again. She then jumps up and hits a pump kick to the side of Simon’s head. He falls over.
Kennedy smiles and starts to get up. Simon slowly pulls himself up and Kennedy
turns and walks over to him and kicks him in the ribs before hitting a DDT. The crowd ohs and boos.
Kennedy then sits up and turns and hooks the leg.
1!
2!
Simon shoots his shoulder up.
The crowd roars.
Sharper: “Simon gets his
shoulder up. Kennedy with a stiff DDT. Shades of some of her kin, but not enough.”
Knots: “Please! She probably
does it better than any of them. The ref’s count was slow!”
Kennedy looks up at the
official. Ethan even yells at the official too. Kennedy then turns and drops an
elbow to the jaw of Simon. Simon rolls over. Kennedy gets up and kicks him in
the ribs. Kennedy then turns and tells Simon to get up. Simon winces and slowly
stirs. Kennedy keeps motioning at him to get up. Ethan points to the sky,
getting ready and Kennedy then steps back and goes for the Touch of Class on
Simon, but Simon ducks. Kennedy spins around and Simon lifts her up and spins
her out into a spinebuster. The crowd roars. Simon
rolls through and starts to stir. Kennedy rolls over as well as the crowd boos
as we cut to the stage to see Kelcey Wallace starting
to head down to the ring. A few feet behind her is Chris Cannon and Trinity
Street and Lucas Knight take up the rear and start to head to the ring.
Knots: “Oh God! Oh God! Simon
takes her down and now they come out!”
Sharper: “I think Kelcey Wallace has gotten tired of waiting for her time.
She’s coming to the ring with purpose and I don’t think Monarchy mind!”
Simon and Kennedy both start
to get up and Kelcey runs over to the ring. Maximillian storms around the ring as the crowd roars. Ethan
does too and Chris Cannon runs right past Kelcey and
nails Maximillian with a shot. The crowd roars. Kelcey
turns and slides into the ring and Kennedy gets up as Simon turns. Cailey yells at him to note them and Kelcey
kicks Kennedy in the ribs with a shot and then another and another. Kennedy
staggers back to the corner with each blow. Chris Cannon and Maximillian trade
blows until Lucas nails him in the ribs. Chris then turns and goes after Ethan
as Ethan heads over to him. They trade some blows as Lucas nails Maximillian with
a couple of hard right hands, knocking him back. Carlos looks around as Simon
turns and grabs Kelcey as the bell sounds. Simon
turns and Kelcey nails him with a spinning forearm.
He falls back and Trinity enters the ring and runs over to Simon and stomps him
in the ribs and then again and again. Simon rolls to the floor and Trinity
steps over to the ropes and steps out. Simon starts to get up and Cailey run around. Trinity turns to her for a moment before
Simon grabs Trinity and pulls her off and throws her into the barricade. The
crowd roars. Trinity falls over and Simon then tries to pin her back, but
Trinity nails him with a couple of hard knees to the ribs. Bacin
the ring, Kelcey starts to choke Kennedy with her
foot, yelling at her.
Sharper: “This match has been
thrown out. Pandemonium has erupted as Monarchy has come to stake its claim!”
Knots: “Trinity is fighting
Simon. Maximillian is dealing with Lucas. Ethan! Oh Ethan…and Kennedy! Come
on!”
Sharper: “Kelcey
choking Kennedy and listen to her. She’s yelling at her. She said she’d make
her reign end by her feet!”
Kennedy struggles to breath as Kelcey yells at her.
Kennedy struggles and Ethan manages to rake the eyes of Chris and turns before
rolling into the ring. Kelcey stops as the referee
tries to get her back and Kelcey turns and hammers
away on Kennedy with repeated right forearms. The crowd cheers as Kennedy
covers up. Ethan then runs up behind Kelcey. We see
Lucas drive Maximillian into the barricade before he nails him with a shot to
the ribs. Trinity throws Simon into the steel steps as we cut to the ring to
see Ethan spinning Kelcey around and backing up to go
for the Epic Fail, but Kelcey ducks and Ethan stops,
narrowly missing Kennedy. Kennedy drops to the floor and backs away as Ethan turns
around and Kelcey runs into the ropes, bounces off
and nails Ethan with the Perfect Ending.
Sharper: “Ethan just taken
out! My God, what a palm strike!”
Knots: “Kennedy’s out! She’s
out!”
Kennedy backs away as Trinity
walks around the ring and goes after Cailey. Trinity
pulls at her as Cailey pulls back. The crowd roars as
the two of them fight with one another. Simon runs over and grabs Trinity and
pulls her off. We then see Kennedy back up and climb over the barricade. The
crowd roars as Kelcey yells at Kennedy. Lucas and
Maximillian keep fighting and Chris Cannon runs around to go after Kennedy as
Kennedy backs up into the crowd. We then see Ravyn
Taylor walking out from the back and looking down from the stage.
Sharper: “Kennedy is in the
crowd! She’s getting the hell out of here.”
Knots: “Oh God…these mouthbreathers! She’s standing amongst them!”
Sharper: “And look! Ravyn Taylor on the stage! The US Champion. The Taking Hold
of the Flame winner. She’s looking on. Kennedy Street’s title reign may be in
serious trouble.”
Knots: “And the Trinity and
Simon are going again!”
Sharper: “My God! What’s going
to happen this Sunday! Rise to Greatness!”
Ravyn continues to look on as
Kennedy backs up through the crowd. Kelcey looks on
with Chris Cannon at ringside. Lucas fights with Maximillian and Simon and
Trinity keep pulling at one another. Ravyn just
watches as the scene fades to black…
