A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.

Shots of Syren celebrating with the World Championship start before we see a shot of the Beauty Factory standing tall in the ring. Following this is Aaron Blackbourne hitting the Unchained Creativity on an opponent. Katie Steward hitting the Off with her Head on Giovanni Aries at Retribution 2018 follows.

Owen Cruze hitting the Cruze Stomp on an opponent follows before we see Selena Frost hitting the Glass Shard on Bree Lancaster. Bree Lancaster hitting the Classifier on Aaron Blackbourne follows before we see Scarlet Grey walking to the ring.

Marie Jones standing on the ropes follows before we see Kandis swiveling her hips as part of her entrance. Derek Adonis holding up a copy of the KABLAMA Sutra follows.

Chris Cannon covering Kennedy Street and Owen Cruze follows before we see a shot of Cassidy Carter dancing on her way to the ring, and then a shot of Regan Street and Datura swinging chairs at one another. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen and remains on it for a few moments.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the SAP Center in San Jose, California. The cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.

Sharper: “We are live in San Jose, just over two weeks away from Rise to Greatness, and tonight, we have a huge main event. Xander Valentine and Damian Angel face Selena Frost and Regan Street.”

Knots: “And we have a new US Champion. We’ll see Jake Starr make his return to the ring. And Glory Braddock will face Christy Matthews. All this and more!”

"Mad Hatter" by Melanie Martinez begins to play as Giovanni Aries steps out from behind the curtain as Sam his manager is in tow. Giovanni Aries has on a grey wolf pelt fur jacket on while wearing Oracle sunglasses. Giovanni Aries takes a few steps and then sits down Indian style in the middle of stage. He sits there and looks around the arena and begins to laugh hysterically before Sam walks over and pulls out a cigarette and lighter out of her cleavage and hands it to Giovanni Aries. He lights the cigarette and takes a long deep drag before slowly standing up and walking to the ring. While walking to the ring he takes a drag and blows it in ringside fans face as begins to laugh hysterically again. Giovanni Aries reaches ring side and looks out to the crowd and yells.

"FEEL THE EMBRACE OF THE WONDERLAND!!!"

He laughs hysterically before walking up the steps to the ring apron.

Sharper: “And we’re kicking off with the Wonderland.”

Knots: “Giovanni Aries not only lost the US championship last week, but also James Evans finally just went off on him, going after him with a chair.”

REPLAY – LAST WEEK:

We see Bree down as James Evans has a chair in his hands. James then turns to Giovanni and smiles again before stepping forward and swinging the chair hard into Giovanni’s back. The crowd ohs. Some cheer, some boo. James then rears the chair back and slams it across Giovanni’s back again and again and again. The crowd ohs with each blow as Giovanni then starts to get up and James slams it into his back a fourth time. He then steps forward.

James: “Wide open tonight, Gio!”

James then lifts the chair up again and hits Gio a fifth time in the back with the chair. He then throws the chair to the floor on the outside. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

Sharper: “You see what happened last week. James Evans, a focus on Giovanni Aries for months. And we’ve seen blow-ups. When James attacked Giovanni backstage, damaged his nose. This is different.”

Knots: “That was calm. That was direct. That was methodical and that was scary!”

Giovanni stands in the ring, taking another drag as he looks around, a microphone in his hand. He looks around as the crowd cheers and a “Wonderland!” chant starts to echo from the crowd. Giovanni listens and chuckles. He then starts to speak.

Giovanni: “You said your eyes are open now, James. Do you know realize what I was trying to accomplish?”

Giovanni pauses and looks around.

Giovanni: “You certainly allowed that cacophony of anger, steel and destruction come out, but it’s fine, James. I forgive you. I don’t see as against me. You’re just trying to make sense of who you are. I’ve noticed it since you came back…You’re different. Your aura…it’s different. And you’re confused.”

Giovanni smirks.

Giovanni: “Allow me to help you with that, James. Allow me to make sure your eyes always stay open! Allow me to make sure you’ll never be under the thumb of the Lizard Kingdom again.”

Giovanni pauses, looking around as the crowd roars. He scans the arena.

Giovanni: “And even though the US Championship is back in league with people who have been tricked by the Lizard Kingdom, I’ll forgive it because James…you’re almost where you need to be. My nose, my back, all mere collateral damage better for the greater good and the fight for the Wonderland and it just needs you to keep your eyes open.”

The camera focuses on Giovanni as he turns to the camera.

Giovanni: “So James…the offer is there. The violence, it’s only temporary, at least against me. You’re so close to your true self. You owe this to yourself, James. And I will show you who you really are! EMBRACE THE WONDERLAND, James…EMBRACE IT!”

Giovanni brings the microphone down. He then lets out another hysterical laugh before taking another drag of his cigarette and blowing out the smoke. He then tosses the cigarette down on the canvas. Giovanni then turns as “Mad Hatter” starts to play again. Sam smiles as she steps through to the floor. Giovanni steps through too and drops down. The two start to head to the back as the camera gets a shot of the cigarette, still lit, which is now starting to burn a small hole into the canvas.

Sharper: “Giovanni Aries seems to be pleased with what happened.”

Knots: “How the hell do you get that?”

Sharper: “Giovanni offering James his services again-“

Knots: “Hey it’s on fire!”

We cut to ringside. Knots points at the ring.

Knots: “The ring’s on fire.”

Sharper: “They’re taking care of it Jon. I’m Adam Sharper, alongside Jonathan Knots and ominous start here on Breakdown tonight.”

Knots: “And he may be all over. Bree is getting her new US championship.”

Knots shudders.

Knots: “Sorry…I’m having nightmares about that.”

Sharper: “And our main event, Xander Valentine and Damian Angel to face Selena Frost and Regan Street. Not only that, Beauty Factory in action plenty tonight, and Glory Braddock faces Christy Matthews.”

Knots: “The last match for the Hollow too!”

Sharper: “Huge night here in San Jose.”

We then cut backstage as we see Zero standing backstage, looking around, almost as if searching for something. Jake Starr, in his wrestling gear, walks past him.

Starr: “Hey Jason! Stay out of trouble, jackass!”

Starr just walks past as Zero stops and turns and looks at him confused.

Zero: “Talking to me?”

Zero looks around before turning to see Sammy Thomas Davies backstage.

Zero: “You…”

Sammy: “Me?”

Sammy looks around.

Sammy: “No one ever talks to me.”

Zero: “Well I don’t really know anyone…but I’m looking for information. Why does that Jake guy call me Jason?”

Sammy chuckles.

Sammy: “He thinks you’re Jason Zero. He had the same hero complex. I can see it. Plus, he used to dress weird. Like you.”

Zero: “I don’t dress weird! This suit has powers! Powers you can’t even comprehend!”

Sammy: “Okay then. Whatever…just stay away from him. He’s always been a douchebag to me.”

Zero: “What did he do?”

Zero asks, the wheels turning.

Sammy: “He just always is. Thinks he’s better than everyone. Always muscling into the spotlight. Plus, used to attack people with a chair. Tried to injure people. I get he’s been through stuff, but yeah.”

Zero: “Hmmm…thank you.”

Sammy: “Hey…you think I could get like a twenty or something. Since I’m not booked-“

Zero: “I’m going to get you something better. Justice!”

Zero heads off.

Sammy: “But…that won’t get me dinner or a hotel room! Asshole…”

Sharper: “Oh lord…”

Knots: “Jake Starr’s in action next. He may want to watch his back!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns and we open up with a shot outside of the SAP Center in San Jose. We see a bonfire, with what appear to be burning books in the middle. We then see a copy of the KABLAMA Sutra thrown into the fire as we hear people booing outside.

Loretta: “This is the type of filth that must be purged from humanity.”

The camera pans out to show Loretta standing in front of it as we see Drake Hemingway, grabbing new copies of the KABLAMA Sutra from a box and one by one, throwing them into the bonfire.

Loretta: “People who give into their hedonistic desires, who stand to only want sexual pleasure and nothing more, should not be encouraged to pursue their lechery and their simple-mindedness. People need to understand that the content in these books will only take you down. And the fact that they and this company promote it is an affront to any people of good taste and of pure minds!”

The camera pans to Drake Hemingway who tosses the box in before grabbing a second box, opening it up and doing the same. The crowd boos as they continue.

Loretta: “Join us at every event. Bring us your filth and we will purge it from your possession and give you a chance to evolve. It is that simple!”

Drake Hemingway tosses a few more books in as we cut back to the ring.

Knots: “How many books do they have?!”

Sharper: “They’ve been setting up for that all night. Looking to make a point.”

Jake Starr vs. Max Kane

The arena goes dark and the crowd begins to get loud. The opening chords of "Sound of Madness" by Shinedown begin to echo throughout the arena. With each opening drum beat, the logo of the Social Misfits flashes on the jumbotron...

Yeah, I get it you're an outcast
Always under attack always coming in last
Bringing up the past no one owes you anything
I think you need a shotgun blast a kick in the ass
So paranoid

WATCH YOUR BACK!

With those words, an explosion or pyrotechnics erupts on the stage and the arena fills with lights and Jake Starr comes strutting out from backstage. He immediately stops on the stage and surveys the crowd, feeling their energy and absorbing it all in. He throws the championship over his shoulder, pats it, grins before beginning his walk toward the ring. As he walks down the ramp, he occasionally throws a hand to the side, slapping a hand and giving a fistbump to the outstretched hands of the SCW fanbase.

Phillips: “The opening contest tonight on Breakdown is scheduled for onefall with a fifteen minute time limit. First, from Des Moines, Iowa, he is the Only Social Misfit Remaining, Jake Starr!”

Upon reaching the ring, he hops up on the apron with one knee, pulling himself up, and stepping through the middle rope. He immediately makes his way to the far corner, climbing to the top rope. As the chorus hits, a spotlights illuminate Jake and he simply stands there looking around at the fans with a smirk on his face.

As the chorus continues, he points at himself, and ultimately yells the words "I'M NOT DEAD YET!" He looks around, continuing to soak up the energy from the crowd before beating on his chest twice, and raises his "Misfit Revolution Fist" high into the air, a gesture mimicked by many fans in the crowd who have been supporters over the years. After this, he goes camera side and climbs on the middle rope raising his arm one more time, and decreeing, "this will ALWAYS be MY HOUSE!"

Sharper: “Jake Starr has had a long year and tonight, he steps back into the ring on Breakdown for a first time in a long time.”

Knots: “And on his own. Tommy’s moved on. He’s his own man and he’s looking to just enjoy being here. A big difference from the way things were.”

The arena is silent when all of a sudden Max's Kane voice is heard through the PA system.

KANE!

MAX!

KANE!

"Suck My Kiss" then hits the PA system; the lights flashing in sync with the bass. After a few seconds, Max Kane is propelled from underneath the ramp into the air. The crowd oohs as he then lands on his feet and drops to his knees on the ramp, the camera right in his face. Max yells at the camera before he stands on his feet. Max looks around the crowd as he immediately extends his arms out to the crowd. The young man is sporting a black and red "Rock N' Roll Unicorn" t-shirt with a Ferris Bueller leopard print best and a pair of shades on his face. Around his waist, he has a Scream Machine shirt. Max flashes the shirt to the camera before walking to the other side of the stage. Max then walks to the middle of the ramp and storms down the ring.

Phillips: “His opponent, from San Francisco, California, he is the Roll N’Roll Unicorn, Mad Max Kane!”

Max walks down to the ring, looking around the crowd, yelling to them. Max once again eyes the camera and he eyes it for a few seconds, flashing the Scream Machine shirt as well. The youngster picks up his pace and walks past the camera towards the apron. He runs into the ring and immediately runs up the top rope. Max yells to the crowd and then cheer as he looks to his left and then his right. He motions for the crowd to make some noise before he jumps off the ropes. He points to every section of the arena before extending his arms. He then claps his hands, yelling "KANE. MAX. KANE." The crowd responds as he smirks and retreats to the corner and starts moving around. He sees he camera and smirks while taking off his vest, shirt and Scream Machine shirt.

Sharper: “Max Kane is his usual self. A bit of a homecoming. Bay Area boy.”

Knots: “Yeah, but for once, he may not be the favourite here in San Jose. A lot of Jake Starr fans here.”

The bell sounds as the crowd roars and Max smirks as he looks at Jake and lunges toward him. Jake jukes back a bit. A “Let’s go Starr!” chant begins as Max and Jake lunge and lock up in the middle of the ring. They push back on one another before Starr moves into a side headlock. He then holds on for a moment before spinning through to the arm and moving to a hammerlock before dropping down with a drop toe hold. Max falls to the mat. Starr then rolls through and to a front face lock again. Max reaches up and rolls over, managing to get out and holding onto the arm of Starr. Starr turns as Max gets up to his feet. Starr then rolls forward and nips up before wrenching the arm of Max again. Max winces a bit as he looks around.

Sharper: “Jake, the veteran quickly show he’s not lost a step.”

Knots: “And hell, he may be wondering if Max Kane even knows how to chain wrestle.”

Sharper: “Max is holding his own.”

Max rolls forward and then spins around on his back before going for the leg of Jake and dropping him with a drop toe hold. Max then lets go and gets up and jumps up for a double stomp, but Jake rolls out of the way. Max steps forward. Jake gets up and Max turns and nails him with a hard right and then another. He runs into the ropes. He bounces off and Jake sidesteps and pushes Max into the ropes. Max runs into the ropes and jumps up, but Jake jumps up with a dropkick. The crowd ohs as Max gets caught in the ribs and falls to the mat. Jake goes for the pin.

Max kicks out. Max rolls over and holds his ribs, gritting his teeth and getting up. He turns around and Jake kicks him in the ribs and hits a snap suplex. He floats over into a pin.

Max kicks out again. Max turns and Jake gets up. He clubs him in the back and turns and pushes him into the corner. Starr kicks him in the ribs.

Sharper: “Starr ready for Max’s high risk. Now slowing it down.”

Knots: “He’s making Max face him in his match. That’s what a veteran does. And it’s got to kill Max that he has to be thinking that way. He’s used to throwing himself at anything and anyone.”

Starr then whips him across. Kane hits the corner hard chest first as Star runs into the ropes. He bounces off and clotheslines Kane down. He goes for the pin again.

Kane kicks out. Starr turns and nods and drags him up. He scoops him up and slams him down before exiting to the apron. He climbs up to the top rope and looks at Kane as Kane slowly turns and runs over and grabs Starr and places him on his shoulders and twist off with a Samoan drop. The crowd ohs. Kane goes for the pin.

Starr gets his shoulder up. He rolls over and right out of the ring, getting distance. Kane just smirks as he turns and exits to the apron as Starr slowly staggers around. (1) He turns around to Kane and Kane dives off with the Electro Chub. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Kane doing as you said Jon! Throwing himself at Jake Starr!”

Knots: “He did it before and threw Jake. Now he’s throwing himself. Next, he’ll find something not nailed down and throw that!”

Kane smirks as he gets up. (1) He turns and grabs Starr as he stirs and spins him around and rolls him into the ring. (2) Kane climbs up to the apron and then jumps to the top rope and dives off and hits a rounding splash onto Starr as he gets up. He covers him.

Starr kicks out. He turns and slowly gets up and Kane grabs him and hooks him up and hits a back suplex. He then looks around and smirks before running into the ropes and jumping to the top rope and going for a moonsault, but Starr gets his knees up. Kane pops up and staggers back before stepping forward as Starr runs to the ropes and jumps off the middle rope and dives back, grabbing Kane and hitting a tornado DDT. The crowd ohs and Kane rolls through.

Sharper: “Starr going high-risk himself with the springboard tornado DDT! Kane spiked into the mat!”

Knots: “Kane landed right on the top of his head!”

Kane rolls over, half out of it and Starr then walks over and grabs him and hoists him up and plants him with a back suplex, positioning him in front of the corner. Starr then turns and exits to the apron before climbing up to the top rope. The crowd cheers as Starr looks around. He then dives off and hits the Shooting Five Star Frog Splash! The crowd erupts in cheers. Starr goes for the pin.

The crowd cheers and Starr steps up and pumps his fist.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Jake Starr!”

The crowd cheers some more as the official raises his arm. Jake looks around.

Sharper: “Jake Starr returns to Breakdown and defeats Max Kane!”

Jake Starr gets up and has his arm raised. He looks around and nods as the crowd cheers him. He looks out before thrusting his arm in the air, getting fans to follow his lead. The crowd continues to cheer before we see Zero running out from the back. He hops onto the apron as the crowd buzzes. Starr backs up and turns and as he does, Zero springboards to the top rope and hits the Lightening Lariat. The crowd ohs and Starr holds his face and rolls over. Zero turns and then stomps him in the face and then the side and then over and over. The crowd boos.

Zero: “This is for what you’ve done to so many innocents! Your reign of terror will never again!”

Sharper: “Zero is assaulting Jake Starr!”

Knots: “Took what he learned about Starr to heart, but that was months, if not years ago!”

Zero gets a few more stomps in before he’s pulling off by the official. Starr rolls over in pain as Zero looks around and throws his arms up. He then turns and places his hand on his chest, saying you’re welcome repeatedly before rolling to the floor. He smiles as he heads to the back. The crowd boos as he continues to head to the back.

Backstage, Chris Cannon and Sienna Swann are in the office of Sasha and Chris is shaking his head.

Chris: “This is not how you should be treating people who are worth money to you.”

Sienna: “She’s never gotten that figured out.”

Chris: “Putting us up against Owen and Kennedy…Please. I’ve beaten Kennedy twice. The last time, I had to show mercy.”

Sasha: “You can keep saying that all you want. Owen and Kennedy have a legitimate gripe-“

Sienna: “Legitimate? What? We’re taking care of Kelcey. We’re looking after her. Kennedy…she’s just jealous that Chris has surpassed her. Owen is just angry and I get it. He’s young. He’s learning how the world works.”

Sasha: “Then you can teach him more in the ring. Chris…you want a title shot. Sorry…not in the cards this month. Something I’m thinking about for after Rise to Greatness. Sienna…I’ve already said to you that you’ll get a rematch. But Kennedy and you are far from done Chris and Owen, I see that anger, but frankly, Sienna, Chris…both of you have angered a lot of people for what you did to Kelcey. And not all of us are convinced of your altruism. Now…please leave my office. That tag match, it’s happening.”

The crowd roars. Sienna turns back and goes to say something to Sasha. Chris stops her.

Chris: “Not worth it. They don’t want to get the good press. That’s fine. We’ll just remember what we stand for.”

Sienna and Chris then walk out as the scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as “Legendary” by Skillet plays in the background and the Rise to Greatness XVI logo comes up on the screen.

Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown. We have some news for you regarding Rise to Greatness. Last week, on this program, Amy Chastaine and Andrew Raynes agreed to face each other. We can tell you now it is happening.”

Knots: “Amy Chastaine is good to go!”

Sharper: “Exactly!”

A still of Amy Chastaine before a still of Andrew Raynes comes up on the screen before showing both.

Sharper: “We can tell you that Amy Chastaine went through medical testing to make sure she was cleared to compete for a singles match. She was. All good after Taking Hold of the Flame and she will return to the ring at Rise to Greatness.”

The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “But let’s now go to Spirit Dansby who is standing by with the man who will face her, Andrew Raynes.”

The scene cuts to Andrew Raynes’ locker room to see Spirit Dansby standing with Andrew Raynes and Dustin Adams is in the background.

Spirit: “Thank you Adam. Andrew, it is official. You are getting the match you wanted. You will face Amy Chastaine at Rise to Greatness. She has been cleared. This is something you’ve wanted for a while.”

Andrew: “I wanted it for a while and then I was fine when she was gone. But now that she’s back, I may as well make sure that the only time we see her again in SCW is when we roll her out to humour her with some Hall of Fame nod and I’ll even do the honours and give her induction speech so everyone knows the real Amy Chastaine. But that’s in the future. I’m thinking a bit more next week.”

Spirit: “Next week?”

Andrew: “Yeah. Next week, how about I make people realize what is going to happen at Rise to Greatness. I mean her little student, the one’s she’s managing. What’s her name? We knocked her out with that beautiful superkick.”

Adams: “Kelsai.”

Andrew: “Kelsai. How about she gets in the ring with me next week? How about Amy, you watch from ringside what I can do. Don’t worry. Dustin will stay out of it. I’m looking forward to all of this. Get end it all!”

The crowd boos as Andrew smirks as we cut to the ring.

Zero F**** to Give (Autumn Valentine & Ryan Watson) vs. Team Desire 2.0 (Gigi & Maddy Steward)

The arenas lights cut completely, plunging the room into darkness for a second or two as the fans quieten in expectation. A woman whispering can be heard across the PA system.

“Don’t bless me father, for I have sinned...”

A snicker is heard in a very Yorkshire accent.

“Who d'ya think encouraged her?”

“Going To Hell” by The Pretty Reckless hits the PA system as the fans erupt in boos and blue and white spotlights flash on and off across the stage. The music plays for a few seconds before Ryan Watson walks out onto the stage, swiftly followed by Autumn Valentine. The couple stand together on the stage for a moment before Ryan throws up his hands and pushes them together, revealing the “P1” symbol on his gloves, while Autumn turns her back to the camera and holds her arms downward, revealing the words “DARK FANTASY” on the back of her ring jacket.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a ten minute time limit. First, making their way to the ring, introducing first, hailing from Anaheim, California, she is AUTUMN VALENTINE! Her partner, from Sheffield in England, he is the Prodigal One, RYAN WATSON! Together, they are Zero Frogs to Give!”

The duo makes their way to the ring as Ryan looks at Phillips. Autumn walks up the ring steps as Ryan slides into the ring, pausing for a moment to pull up the middle rope and step down on the bottom rope, allowing his wife into the ring. Ryan then walks over to the far corner, throwing up his hands in front of him again as Autumn climbs up on the ropes next to him and leans in toward him, nodding at the camera as it focuses on the symbol on Watson’s gloves. After a few moments both get down from their position and both remove their ring jackets, tossing them into their corner. Autumn stretches out against the ropes as Ryan runs the ropes back and forth for a moment, getting ready for the match.

Knots: “Phillips really doesn’t want to say their name.”

Sharper: “Can’t or the FCC won’t be pleased.”

Knots: “Well what would you call them?”

Sharper: “Not Zero Frogs to Give!”

Knots: “Why not? Probably true. I don’t see them handing out frogs left and right, starting a small black market of ribbits!”

“That’s Just the Way I Am
I Do It Just Because I Can”

“Chemicals React” blares from the speaker system throughout the arena. At the same time the lights dim with only a single bright pink spotlight shines towards and lights up the stage. After a few more minutes of their entrance song has played, Giovanna and Madison Steward walk proudly and with confidence into the light. Dressed in matching wrestling attire and their Team Desire jackets, the girl stand perfectly still as several flashes catch their entrance. Gigi stands underneath the spotlight with the hood of her jacket covering her head. When she begins to blow kisses to the fans, Madison starts to motions with her arms raised and clapping over her head to the get the fans riled up and get them to show their support by screaming louder. The crowd boos.

Phillips: “Their opponents, both hailing from Los Angeles, California. First, she is the Demi-Goddess, Gigi Steward and her partner, the Dynamite Kid, Madison Steward. They are Team Desire 2.0!”

This dynamic team raise their arms in the air then grab the other’s hand as they venture down the entrance ramp together. At the bottom of the ramp they break the connection and run to separate sides of the security barrier where the fans are waiting eagerly with their hands out just waiting and hoping for the girls will greet them with some Hi-Fives. After a brief networking with the crowd, Gigi runs and shows off her flexibility by springing up onto the apron before steps through the ropes entering the ring. Maddy meanwhile finishes interacting with their admirers at ringside getting a few more seconds with them before she notices that Gigi is ready for the match. Maddy turns around and slides into the ring to re-join her partner, Gigi.

Sharper: “Katie Steward won’t be calling the shots in this one.”

Knots: “Donovan Kayl had Dante tonight. Team Desire 2.0 can figure out their own show here.”

Sharper: “Tag team action here on Breakdown. Should be interesting to see what they can do here.”

The bell sounds as Autumn Valentine starts along with Maddy Steward. The two circle the ring and Autumn lunges as Maddy spins around her and locks her in a waistlock. She then goes to lift her up, but Autumn blocks it and widens her base before unclasping Maddy’s hand and wrenching under before hitting a hip toss. Maddy gets up and Autumn forearms her in the jaw, knocking her down. Maddy gets up again and Autumn runs into the ropes. She bounces off as Maddy drops to the mat. Autumn hops over and bounces off the other side. Maddy leapfrogs over. Autumn ducks under and bounces off the other side and Maddy hits a dropkick. The crowd roars as Autumn rolls over, moving to the corner, holding her jaw.

Sharper: “Big dropkick and Maddy got all of it!”

Knots: “Autumn ran right into it. Couldn’t see it coming or stop her either!”

Maddy gets up and Autumn stirs as Maddy drags her back by the leg and tags in Gigi. Gigi slingshots herself into the ring and hits an elbow drop. Maddy exits as Gigi goes for the pin.

Autumn kicks out. Autumn turns as Gigi gets up and drags her up. She scoops her up and slams her down and runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a leg drop. She goes for another pin.

Autumn kicks out again. Gigi grabs her and drags her up and goes to move her to the neutral corner, but Autumn stops her and forearms her in the ribs and then again before pushing her into the corner. Gigi bounces back and Autumn cuffs her in the back of the head with a forearm shot. Gigi falls over. Autumn stumbles over and tags in Ryan. Ryan climbs up to the top rope. Giig staggers out and turns to Ryan and Ryan dives off with flying forearm. He goes for the pin.

Gigi kicks out.

Sharper: “Ryan Watson enters with a bang, but only a two count!”

Knots: “Off the top and Gigi’s got a tough chin. Needs it when she’s taking them on the chin from Donovan Kayl to help Katie out!”

Ryan gets up and Gigi stirs only for Ryan to kick her in the ribs and hits a vertical suplex. He gets up and runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a jumping knee drop. He goes for the pin.

Gigi kicks out again. She stirs as Ryan grabs her and drags her up. He goes to run into the rpoes. Gigi bounces off and Ryan goes for a back drop. Gigi spins through and lands behind him before jumping up and hitting a backstabber. The crowd ohs and Ryan rolls over in pain. Gigi turns and crawls over to Maddy and tags her in. Maddy enters and Ryan starts to get up and Gigi gets up too and both runs over and both grab Ryan by the arms, wrench them, throw him down in a flip before both dropkicking him in the side of the head. Gigi gets up to protect as Maddy goes for the pin.

Ryan gets his shoulder up. Autumn steps in, but Gigi keeps watching her. Gigi exits as Maddy gets up.

Sharper: “Maddy and Gigi causing Ryan to not have a clue what’s coming!”

Knots: “Gigi and Maddy have a lot of experience as a team. Showing it and giving Ryan a lot to think about. When he comes to!”

Ryan stirs as Maddy forearms him in the face and then again as Ryan is on his knees. Maddy runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a dropkick to the face. Ryan hits the mat and rolls over. He slowly gets up and Maddy runs into the ropes again and jumps up for a tornado DDT, but Ryan blocks it and spins through into a sitout powerbomb. The crowd ohs.

Maddy rolls her shoulder up and rolls over. Ryan rolls over too and both get up only for Ryan to sweep her leg out from behind her. Maddy hits and Ryan jumps up and hits the Leap of Fame. He goes for the pin.

Gigi breaks it up. Ryan looks up and turns as Gigi stomps him in the back.

Sharper: “Gigi breaking it up!”

Knots: “And teeing off. Looking to do some damage!”

Autumn yells at the official as Gigi stomps Ryan a few more times. Autumn goes to enter, but Gigi turns and helps Maddy up. The official turns to get her out. Autumn backs up and exits as Maddy and Gigi grab Ryan. Then both club at him as the official turns and tells Gigi to leave the ring. Maddy then grabs Ryan by the head, but Ryan steps back and Autumn reaches over and nails Maddy. Maddy staggers back and turns as Ryan reaches back and tags Autumn in as Gigi exits only. Ryan hoists Maddy on his shoulders and Autumn dives off and they hit the #NoF****Given! The crowd ohs. Ryan turns and gets up and knocks Gigi off the apron as Autumn goes for the pin.

The bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via pinfall, Autumn Valentine and Ryan Watson, Zero Frogs to Give!”

Autumn gets up as Ryan turns to Phillips and looks at him. Phillips shrugs.

Knots: “But I wanted a frog!”

Sharper: “Ryan Watson and Autumn Valentine with the win as they were able to take advantage of the referee getting distracted to get it. Close against Trueloves. A win tonight against the Stewards.”

Knots: “SCW’s tag division just booming!”

Ryan and Autumn hug and they raise each other’s arms as the crowd boos. They celebrate as we cut away.

Backstage, London and Paris can be seen watching the television before Paris turns to London.

Paris: “Tag division may be heating up but we are head and shoulders above the rest. Too bad, we couldn’t get it done at Taking Hold of the Flame.”

London: “We’ve talked about it.”

Paris: “Sorry…just…what could’ve been.”

Ikiro then walks out from the back of the room.

Ikiro: “What could have been? A great picture with Sienna and I celebrating at Taking Hold fo the Flame!”

Paris: “Oh Ikiro…that ship has sailed. I know…but…”

London gets up and walks over to Ikiro.

Ikiro: “I know…but I still love her…but I love twins too!”

London: “We know. And tonight, you have Chris Cannon.”

Ikiro: “EyeYoshi hates Chris Cannon!”

Paris smirks and gets up.

Paris: “So do we. So want to make Twins happy?”

Ikiro: “Kick Chris Cannon’s ass!”

Paris: “Exactly!”

The crowd roars as we cut to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

“Legendary” by Skillet plays as the Rise to Greatness XVI logo comes up on the screen. We see shots of several numbers scrolling up on either side of the logo before we see “18 Days Away” underneath the logo. The logo remains on the screen for a few moments longer before the scene fades to black.

Aaron Blackbourne vs. Sienna Swann

All of a sudden, the lights go out, prompting a surprised pop from the fans. The tune of “The Nexus” by Amaranthe begins as a distorted speech that can barely be made out plays amidst the beat, but it’s not long before the song kicks into full gear, and when it does red and white lights begin pulsing on the stage as we see that smoke has begun to engulf it. When the lyrics kick in, the Tron comes to life with clips of Aaron Blackbourne in action, both as himself and as his various demon incarnations. When the song hits the chorus, pyro suddenly goes off on the stage in sync with the creative soul himself suddenly shooting up through the smoke and standing tall on the stage, arms raised and outstretched as the fans erupt into cheers.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a fifteen minute time limit. First, from Seattle, Washington, he is Aaron Blackbourne!”

The lights start to come back on, albeit dimmed, as Blackbourne begins making his way down to the ring, happily accepting high fives from the fans with a smile. As he reaches ringside he suddenly leaps onto the apron and quickly climbs so that he’s got one foot on the top turnbuckle, and in tune with the chorus kicking in a second time he briefly crosses his arms across his chest before throwing them out in the same raised and outstretched pose as before, white spotlights suddenly coming on and converging on him as he closes his eyes and basks in this moment. When the chorus ends, Blackbourne leaps from the top into the ring, removing his black jacket and setting it into his corner before he begins doing some light warm-ups for the match ahead.

Sharper: “Aaron Blackbourne has been a good friend to Owen Cruze for the last year or so and Aaron has gotten involved in his matters with the Beauty Factory.”

Knots: “Talk about getting a boost. You’re facing Sienna. Time to show that creativity. Plus, you can knock the Angel down a few pegs!”

A red carpet is rolled out with a few photographers positioned toward the entrance position, the woman by the name of Laura Steinbeck along with the Truelove Twins directs everyone to take their positions just as the arena goes dark. Suddenly one lone spotlight shines in entrance where smoke begins to come out and surround the stage. “Style" by Taylor Swift begins to play throughout the arena, the Tron plays the Video of her various photo-shoots, training, fighting, swimsuits, lingerie and walking through nightclubs with men gawking over her in skin tight dresses. Then the IronAngel, Sienna Swann walks out with her head down as the crowd boos.

Sienna then extends her arms and reveals the large golden angel wings that are part of her entrance gear, she looks around at the crowd and smirks, posing as the camera flashes begin to pepper down on her from the “paparazzi” staged around her, Laura making sure that they take plenty of pics of The Beautiful Angel before making her way to the ring, Laura disappears to the back with the photographers.

Phillips: “His opponent, representing the Beauty Factory, from Johannesburg, South Africa, she is the IronAngel, Sienna Swann!”

Sienna walks down to the ring, looking around. She continues to the apron, climbing up the stairs and to the top rope, posing with her wings spread wide. She looks up to the rafters as a gold spotlight like the light of heaven shines down on her as gold glitter begins to rain down on the entire arena. Sienna smirks and hops into the ring, spreading her arms out and smiling before taking off her wings from help of some crewmembers. They make their way out of the ring and to the back while Sienna stands, patiently waiting for the start of the match posing and showing off her assets to the crowd as they continue to boo her.

Sharper: “Sienna Swann confident as ever.”

Knots: “Given that we’ve already heard that Chris and her protesting the match with Kennedy and Owen. Are we stunned? Hell no!”

The bell sounds as Sienna steps up and extends her arms, berating him.

Sienna: “Come on Aaron. Step up for your friend. You’ll never be in a bigger spotlight than this!”

Aaron scoffs and walks around the ring as Sienna watches him. Aaron then turns and looks at her and the two lunge in and Sienna slides to the side and knees Aaron in the ribs before elbowing him in the back of the head. Aaron falls into the corner. Sienna walks over and smirks before rearing back and going for a knife-edged chop, but Aaron ducks and spins around. Sienna turns and Aaron chops her. The crowd woos. He chops her again. More woos. Sienna steps out and winces and Aaron hits an overhead chop. More woos as Sienna hits the mat. She gets up and Aaron snapmares her over and locks in a reverse chinlock. He holds on as Sienna reaches around and starts to get up.

Sharper: “Aaron saw it coming.”

Knots: “That shut her up. It’s the spotlight, oh yeah, but Aaron’s ready!”

Sienna gets her feet under her and Aaron then turns into a headlock and moves into a headlock takedown. Sienna rolls through and gets up. She turns and Aaron hits a knee to the ribs before running into the ropes. He bounces off and Sienna goes for a clothesline. Aaron ducks under and stops. Sienna turns and Aaron hits a back kick before jumping up and hitting a knee drop to the back of Sienna’s head. Sienna drops to the mat. The crowd roars as Sienna rolls over and Aaron hooks the leg.

Sienna kicks out. She rolls over and to the floor. She backs away as the crowd cheers. Aaron gets up.

Aaron: “I thought this was your spotlight. My mistake.”

Sienna turns away and snaps at the crowd nearby, who cheer Aaron. Sienna turns back in and gets up and Aaron clotheslines her down. He goes for the pin.

Sienna kicks out again. She rolls over.

Sharper: “Aaron may be in her head. She expected more respect than this!”

Knots: “Hard to get respect when you act like you’re better than everyone and need to make everything about you!”

Sienna grabs at the ropes and Aaron grabs her and spins her around. He whips her across the ring. Sienna bounces off and Aaron goes for a back elbow. Sienna ducks and bounces off the other side. Aaron hits a kapo kick and Sienna falls back into the ropes. Aaron then grabs her and pulls her back and hooks her up for a vertical suplex, and goes to throw her on the top rope, but Sienna pushes back, landing on the apron instead. Aaron steps forward and Sienna blocks him and hits a shoot kick to the side of his head. Aaron stumbles back. Sienna then enters the ring and Aaron turns as Sienna hits a spinning heel kick. The crowd boos.

Sharper: “Sienna thinking a few steps ahead. Lands on the apron and kicks her way back to control.”

Knots: “Aaron maybe got too fancy. Get you’re all creative, but just keep it going with Sienna! Don’t try to wow the crowd!”

Sienna gets up and stomps Aaron in the face. He turns and Sienna stomps him in the back of the head before then kicking him hard in the back. Aaron rolls over in pain. Aaron slowly gets up and Sienna walks over and clubs him in the back before running across the ring, bouncing off and hitting a running knee lift. Aaron stumbles back to the ropes. Sienna then walks over and steps over his back and starts to choke him on the middle rope.

Sienna steps off. Sienna then turns and grabs the top rope and slingshots over with a leg drop to the back of Aaron’s head. He falls back and into the ring. Sienna steps through and calmly goes for the pin.

Aaron kicks out.

Sharper: “Only two as Sienna picks it up and hits a slingshot leg drop and goes for the pin.”

Knots: “Went for it calmly though. Not urgently. Wonder if she’s looking to send a message to Owen and Kennedy. Two people she’s beaten. Two people that want to make Sienna realize her plums do stink!”

Sharper: “Plums?”

Knots: “Shitake Mushrooms?”

Sharper: “You and Phillips need to stop trading notes.”

Aaron stirs and Sienna grabs him and kicks him in the ribs. Sienna turns and hits a Russian leg sweep. She gets up and runs into the ropes and hits a running knee drop. She rolls through and looks at the crowd. The crowd boos as Aaron holds his face in pain. He slowly gets up. Sienna then turns and looks at Aaron and shakes her head and runs at Aaron, but Aaron suddenly lifts her up and launches her to the corner. Sienna lands chest first on the top turnbuckle. Sienna stumbles back and Aaron hits a neckbreaker. He dives for the pin.

Sienna gets her shoulder up. Aaron rolls over and gets up and Sienna stirs and pulls herself up and Aaron grabs and pulls her in and double underhooks her. He hoists her up for a powerbomb, but Sienna slides down and lands in front of Aaron. She then hits a forearm and a shoot kick to the left leg and then a right leg before jumping up with an enziguri kick, hitting the Angel’s Wrath.

Sharper: “Sienna caught Aaron. Stopped him from doing more.”

Knots: “Flipped through and then kicked his ass. Almost literally!”

Sienna then stomps him again before turning and moving to the corner. She starts to climb up to the top rope but only gets to the middle turnbuckle before Aaron manages to get up and runs over and jumps off the middle rope and twists through, grabbing Sienna and hitting a powerbomb. The crowd ohs and Aaron then flips through with a jackknife pin.

Sienna kicks out just in time. The crowd roars and buzzes. Sienna gets up and turns and lunges at Aaron, but Aaron runs at her and counters her lunge with a running dropkick. Sienna hits hard and Aaron gets up and runs across the ring, bouncing off the opposite turnbuckle and running across, hitting Sienna with double knees. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Creative Process! Sienna bouncing off of Aaron’s feet, Aaron’s knees and the turnbuckles!”

Knots: “Aaron Blackbourne has Sienna down! He could do it! He could pin Sienna!”

Sharper: “This would be huge for his career! Cover her, Aaron! Beat a former World Champion!”

Aaron turns and dives onto Sienna.

Sienna gets her shoulder up. Aaron rolls off and slowly gets up. Sienna rolls to her hands and knees and crawls toward the official and gets his attention, grabbing onto his shirt as Aaron walks over and grabs her from behind for a suplex, but Sienna counters with a mule kick. The crowd ohs and Sienna turns and falls to the ropes. The official looks confused as Aaron starts to get up and Sienna steps over his head and hits the Winning Through Pageantry. The crowd boos.

Sharper: “Sienna. Mule kick. Come on. Now Winning Through Pageantry.”

Knots: “Won because of something else!”

Sienna goes for the pin.

The crowd boos as Sienna rolls off. She smiles as she gets up and taps her wrist. The official raises her arm and she holds it up. She then steps forward.

Sienna: “Your real World Champion right here.”

Sienna backs up.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Sienna Swann!”

The crowd boos as Sienna looks at Aaron as he holds himself in pain. Sienna steps through and drops down to the floor. She then starts to walk around the ring before starting to walk up the rampway. As she does, we see Owen Cruze heading down from the back. Sienna stops and backs up. Owen just steps forward. The crowd roars as the two lock eyes.

Sharper: “Owen Cruze coming out. Sienna…backing up.”

Knots: “Maybe Owen’s just going to take this new attitude. He was pretty stiff to Kennedy…”

Sharper: “Or maybe just making Sienna think about the match, her and Chris don’t want to have!”

Owen then walks past Sienna and heads to the ring to goes to check on Aaron as Sienna turns and watches him before smirking and walking to the back. The crowd boos before we cut away.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage, Syren can be seen with Jessica Winters as the crowd boos. CHBK is with her as Syren looks around.

Jessica: “Welcome back to Breakdown. I am with the SCW World Champion, Syren. Syren, you have a night off tonight, but you have an opportunity to watch Glory Braddock face off against one of your own in Christy Matthews. Of course, people are talking about the triple threat match, but also how this may benefit you.”

Syren: “It will.”

CHBK smirks.

Syren: “Let’s cut the crap, Jessica. It will. And Glory had some stipulations. They are being held back. Alistaire wants to fight me with everything available to me. On one hand, I have someone who frankly may be great in the ring, but I don’t need to be great. On the other, I have someone who’s ego had them take the shot and make this is easier for me. I’ve walked into Rise to Greatness the champion before. Both sides. I know what it’s all about. Now Sasha can throw surprises at me, by throwing Kim Williams at me…or sorry, it was Marie. Give her one more shot so Kim could get a shot at Ravyn. It was clever. All to get me in the ring and maybe show a plan. I’ve got many more. How many times do I have to say it? I have two of the greatest minds in the history of this sport in my corner. I’m the greatest champion in the history of this sport. And I’ve got the greatest husband for support. Tell me what they have?”

Syren turns to Jessica.

Syren: “A lineage? Both of them have it. That doesn’t matter. Look at CHBK’s kid, Alex.”

CHBK smirks.

CHBK: “It’s true. He’s a failure.”

Syren: “The problem is…they need answers. They don’t have any. All they’ll have is the intense feeling…of failure and well…jealousy. I look forward to watching tonight. Just over two weeks…I’m ready for this all!”

Syren smiles as the crowd boos and we cut away.

Zero vs. Peyton Rice

SCW Television Championship

“Iron Dragon” hits over the PA system, as thunder cracks through the arena, the video screen showing dark storm clouds forming. Suddenly, lightning strikes the stage, and through the smoke that is left, the silhouette of a man can be seen with his arms outstretched. He steps forwards, and stands just at the top of the ramp, crossing his arms and nodding at the crowd.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Parts Unknown, he is the Iron Dragon, Zero!”

As his music continues, Zero makes his way down to the ring confidently, jumping up on the ring apron and then flipping over the top rope, landing on his feet and stepping into the middle of the ring, his arms once again outstretched. As he does, lightning strikes again, and seems to hit the palms of his hands, which seems to galvanize him even further. Jumping up and sitting on the turnbuckle, as he then waits for the bell

Sharper: “Zero made his SCW debut last week against Crissy Gardner. Tonight, he could walk out a champion.”

Knots: “That’s if he doesn’t piss everyone off. He’s meddling with people, screwing around. Peyton Rice meanwhile can’t be in the greatest of moods.”

Sharper: “Burying her best friend this past weekend. The funeral of Ricky Octavius and Peyton Rice and him were very close.”

The arena goes dark before a lone spotlight shines on the entrance. Suddenly the opening beats to “All The Days" by Mammoth play throughout the arena as Peyton Rice walks out in wrestling gear and jacket, her long dark blonde hair hanging down. The SCW Television Championship is around her waist. She looks around at the crowd before getting to one knee and making a line across the entrance. She crosses her arms and lowers her head for a moment before standing up and pointing to the ring as the crowd roars.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Glendale, Arizona, she is the SCW Television Champion, Not Just a Pretty Face, Peyton Rice!”

With her gorgeous and contagious smile, Peyton starts to walk to the ring, stopping and pulling off some high fiving the fans and taking selfies with them. She continues to head to the ring soaking up the reaction before hopping into the apron and pointing the crowd before flipping over the top rope as the crowd roars and stepping on the second rope, raising her arms and looking up. The crowd roars as she flips from the second rope on to her feet and does a cartwheel. She takes off her jacket and ruffles her hair a little, standing in the corner and awaiting for the match to begin. The referee takes the SCW Television Championship and sets back and goes to raise it over his head. The SCW Television Championship logo comes across the screen and fades to the bottom corner.

Sharper: “Peyton Rice, hopefully, can refocus here. She managed to get past Casterillo last week.”

Knots: “From an asshole to whatever Zero is!”

Sharper: “TV Title on the line here.”

The bell sounds as Peyton looks at Zero and takes a deep breath. Zero steps forward and asks if she’s okay. Peyton nods and Zero then asks her if she wants to take a walk, but Peyton tells him to get ready. Zero steps back and Peyton and him circle before Peyton lunges and goes for Zero, but Zero manages to turn and grabs her and spins her out of the ring. The crowd roars and boos. Peyton rolls over. Zero turns to the referee.

Zero: “Count! Count faster!”

The referee shrugs and starts to count.

Knots: “Does he know he won’t win the title this way?”

Sharper: “I don’t know, but maybe he wants the win. Zero’s well….last week, he was hitting on Ember Young and Ash Harte. Maybe he’s trying to help Peyton out someway?”

Peyton rolls over. (1) She gets up as Zero is already at six, as the referee only gets to two. Peyton slides in and Zero turns as Peyton runs over and nails Zero with a hard forearm and then another and another. The crowd roars as Zero falls back into the corner. Peyton kicks him in the ribs and then again and again and again. Zero drops down to a seated position as the crowd cheers.

Peyton steps back and walks around the ring. Zero pulls himself up and Peyton runs after and jumps up and hits a dropkick. The crowd roars as Zero staggers out of the corner and down to the mat. Peyton goes for the pin.

Zero kicks out.

Sharper: “Nearfall! Peyton coming out like a house on fire!”

Knots: “She’s not in the mood for whatever Zero wants to try!”

Zero rolls over and slowly gets up and Peyton runs at him and hits a flying headscissors. Zero hits the mat. Peyton gets up and runs at him and hits a running senton backsplash onto him. He goes for the pin.

Zero kicks out again. Peyton rolls off. She gets up as Zero slowly pulls himself up and Peyton heads over to him, but Zero suddenly hits a European uppercut as Peyton stumbles back. The crowd boos. Peyton gets up and Zero jumps to the middle rope and dives back with a leg lariat, knocking Peyton down. Zero goes for the pin.

Sharper: “Springboard, kick to the face.”

Knots: “Peyton stopped hard there.”

Sharper: “And may be out. The cover!”

Peyton kicks out. Peyton rolls over and starts to get up, but Zero scoops her up and hits a back suplex. Zero rolls off. He then looks around and nods before running into the ropes, bouncing off and hitting an elbow drop. He goes for another pin.

Peyton kicks out again. Peyton rolls over. A “Peyton!” chant begins as Zero grabs her and pulls her up. He whips her into the corner. Zero then runs after and Peyton gets a boot up. The crowd roars. Peyton then climbs up to the top rope and goes for a moonsault. Zero ducks and steps forward. Peyton lands on her feet and Zero lunges and spears her. He gets up and runs to the ropes, jumping to the middle rope and hitting a lionsault.

Sharper: “Zero counters. Peyton missed! Spear! Lionsault!”

Knots: “Peyton may be in trouble. New champion could be coming. She may be distracted. We worried about it last week!”

Zero hooks the leg.

Peyton gets her shoulder up. Zero rolls off. He nods and turns and grabs Peyton. He drags her up and hits a snap suplex. He turns and exits to the apron. He then calls for the end. He smirks as Peyton slowly starts to get up and Zero springboards to the top rope. He dives forward for a forearm shot, but Peyton ducks. Zero lands on his feet and steps forward, nearly falling forward, but smirks. Peyton turns and grabs him by the mask and pulls him back and into the Canyon Roll. Zero rolls through to his stomach and Peyton moves to his arm and hooks it before going for the La Magistral!

Zero kicks out.

Sharper: “The champion with two, after the Canyon Roll!”

Knots: “Zero got cocky. He missed, but still got out. Peyton refocusing!”

Zero turns and holds his ribs, wincing in pain and Peyton gets up. She looks at him and runs over him and leapfrogs over and grabs his head, forcing him back down to the mat. Peyton turns and goes to the corner and climbs up to the top rope. The crowd roars as Peyton looks around and then she dives off and hits the Pretty Girl Drop onto Zero! The crowd cheers.

The crowd cheers as Peyton rolls off. She gets up and lets out a clear yell of joy as she stands up and looks up to the ceiling before turning and having her title handed to her.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, and STILL SCW Television Champion, Peyton Rice!”

The crowd cheers some more.

Sharper: “Peyton Rice retains and you can see, that young lady has a lot building up in her.”

Knots: “Just letting it out at the end and Zero, just didn’t have enough!”

Peyton looks around and then goes to the corner and stands up on the middle rope before holding her title over her head. Zero slowly stirs and holds his ribs as Peyton turns and drops down to the floor. She starts to head to the back. Just as she does, we see Jake Starr walking out from the back, whistling. Peyton Rice takes a few steps forward and looks at him. Jake tips an invisible cap at her as he continues on his way to the ring. Peyton glances at him and then back before heading to the back. Jake Starr heads to the ring and then slides into the ring. Zero starts to get up and turns to him and backs up. He pleads with Jake Starr and backs up.

Sharper: “Jake Starr on his way down here and after earlier, I think Jake Starr wants to finish what they started before!”

Knots: “And Zero’s backing off!”

Zero backs up to the corner as Starr advances. He looks around as the crowd cheers and leans forward to grab Zero and does before nailing him with a hard right and then another and another. He then grabs him and runs him across the ring and throws him face first into the top turnbuckle. Zero stumbles back. Starr turns around and nails him with a hard right. He then pulls him in and hooks him up to take him over. The crowd roars, but Zero knees him in the head and then steps back and rakes him in the eyes. Zero just smirks before then turning and hitting a double punch to the stomach and Starr falls back and through the ropes. Zero then looks around and smiles, tapping his head.

Sharper: “Zero getting the advance. Double punch to the ribs. Starr falling out of the ring…”

Knots: “Starr may have underestimated Zero!”

Sharper: “And Zero is not done!”

Zero climbs up to the top rope. As he is up there, we then see Crissy Gardner running out from the back.

Sharper: “Look! It’s Crissy Gardner!”

Knots: “Probably angry Zero didn’t hit on her last week!”

Sharper: “I doubt that. May be more annoyed about last week and how he approached their match!”

Crissy hops up and Zero hops down and backs away. Crissy then looks at him and Zero backs up.

Zero: “You’re protecting him! I made the best choice by trying to impressed your hotter, twinnerer friends!”

Crissy scoffs and then enters the ring. Zero backs up. Starr meanwhile starts to look under the ring. He then pops his head up and looks around before shushing the crowd as he crawls around to go to another part of the ring. He then looks underneath and pulls out a steel chair. The crowd erupts in cheers as Crissy keeps advancing on Zero. Starr then kisses the seat of the chair. He gets up and holds it up. The crowd erupts in cheers more.

Sharper: “He found Chairee!”

Knots: “I hope that’s Chairee. May be Steve the chair. A lot of people have issues, okay? At least it’s not bent. You don’t want to know what Kandis did to a chair once!”

Zero turns and sees this as Crissy turns. Starr rolls into the ring and gets up with the chair. Zero backs up and drops to the floor.

Zero: “You stay back! Don’t make me have to show you my powers! Don’t make me have to take you out! This is a warning okay! A warning!”

Zero looks around and then backs away as Starr holds the chair up. The crowd cheers again as Crissy smirks, watching Zero run off as Starr turns to her. The two of them look around as the scene cuts away.

Sharper: “Let’s now go backstage where Jessica Winters is standing by with Glory Braddock.”

Breakdown opens up backstage to see Jessica Winters with Glory Braddock backstage.

Jessica: “Thank you Adam. I’m here with Glory Braddock and in a few moments, you’ll face off against Syren ally Christy Matthews in a match that could be very important going forward. No doubt that Syren and Ravyn Taylor will be watching closely. Same for CHBK and Alexander Crowe. They may even get involved.”

Glory: “Let them. See, tonight, I look at this match as something simple. If you’re Syren and all of the people coming up with your little plan to try and walk out of Rise to Greatness XVI as World Champion…watch closely. I’ll give you plenty to think about.”

The crowd cheers.

Glory: “If you’re Alistaire Allocco, pay attention because I’m going show you why I think I’m better equipped to challenge Syren and why I don’t think you’re ready.”

Glory pauses as the crowd gives a bit more of a mixed reaction.

Jessica: “Well we’ve heard that there may be to your Trios contract cash in-“

Glory: “Sorry, you’re not getting that information. See, I may as well get Ravyn and CHBK and Syren and all of them thinking. They know the important part…They have to deal with me, and-

Angelica Jones then walks over. Glory stops and turns.

Angelica: “And if they get involved…they can deal with me too.”

The crowd roars. Glory smirks.

Glory: “You sure?”

Angelica: “James is dealing with his issue. So I’m going to deal with something close to my heart…my family and the people I care about.”

Glory turns to the camera.

Glory: “Plot twist.”

She smirks as Angelica and her fist pump before Glory turns and walks off.

Sharper: “Glory Braddock faces Christy Matthews, next!”

The scene fades to black.

Glory Braddock vs. Christy Matthews

The first chords of "When Legends Rise" begins to play over the PA system. Glory Braddock steps out onto the stage, wearing her ring gear consisting of purple spandex pants, boots, and a purple top. She really does look like a million bucks and grins from ear to ear, gazing out at the crowd for a moment before making her way down the entrance ramp.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a twenty minute time limit. First, from London, England, she is the British Bombshell, Glory Braddock!”

The British Bombshell steps up the steel steps and then onto the ring apron. She poses momentarily on the apron, allowing people to take snapshots before stepping through the ropes and into the ring. Once in the ring Glory heads to the center of the ring and poses once more. Then the music dies down slowly.

Sharper: “Glory Braddock feels she is best suited to take out Syren and end her reign at Rise to Greatness XVI, much to the chagrin of Alistaire Allocco.”

Knots: “She’s have a test tonight. Facing Christy Matthews. She’s with Infamous, with Dark Fantasy, largely as an attack dog!”

Sharper: “Don’t let her hearing that. Last week, she mentioned that she wanted to start focusing on her aims. And now she may need to focus on Angelica Jones!”

The lights dim in the arena as the screens all cut to black and for a few seconds and there’s nothing but the reaction of the fans heard all around the arena. After a few moments the opening “King of the World” by Porcelain and the Tramps hits the PA system as spotlights begin to flick on and off around the arena. The fans boo loudly as the camera pans through them all and back to the cheap seats in the back of the arena where we see Christy Matthews standing on the guard rail with her arms outstretched in an eerily familiar mock-crucifix pose. Her fists are taped, and she looks more than ready for the task ahead. She’s wearing a red jacket the hood pulled up over her head in a style similar to the classic fairy-tale. As she jumps down from the guard rail the screens around the arena begin to display familiar wording once more...

Phillips: “Her opponent, representing Infamous, accompanied by Christopher Richter, from Overland Park, Kansas, she is Christy Matthews!”

As she begins to push her way down to ringside, and security line the steps down through the crowd, holding back the fans in the way, we see that she's joined by her manager, Christopher Richter. Christy ignores every one of them as she walks past them, focusing on the ring. She makes her way down to the barricade, leaping over and begins climbing the outside of the turnbuckles, standing on the middle rope, pulling down the hood of her jacket and striking the mock-crucifix pose once more. As the second chorus of “King of the World” hits Christy sings along with the lyrics, continuing to strike the crucifix pose before finally leaping over the top rope and spinning around in the ring, throwing her ring jacket to the outside and collapsing to a seated position in the corner of the ring as the fans cheer. She sits in the corner, looking out at the fans occasionally as Richter collects her belongings from her corner and stands on the outside of the ring nearby.

Sharper: “Christy Matthews has been alongside Ravyn Taylor lately, getting involved in protecting her from the mass of people looking to get to her.”

Knots: “Syren gets her protection…her services, what is it?”

Sharper: “Scout? That may be most appropriate.”

The bell sounds as Christy and Glory watch one another. They move to the middle of the ring before lunging at one another and locking up in a collar and elbow tie-up. They push back on one another and Glory turns into a side headlock. Christy reaches around and pulls Glory back into the ropes and fires her forward. She bounces off and shoulders Christy down. Glory turns and runs into the ropes. Christy tries to take Glory’s legs out as Glory hops over. She bounces off the other side and Christy gets up and goes for a hip toss. Glory blocks it and spins through. She tries to take Christy up. Christy blocks it and knees her in the ribs. She then places her leg on the back of Glory’s head and backflips through. Glory goes for a clothesline. Christy ducks and both run into the ropes. They bounce off and both go for a dropkick. Both miss and roll away as the crowd applauds.

Sharper: “Both thinking the same thing. No dice for either.”

Knots: “But a reset.”

Both get up and lunge at one another. They push back on each other and Glory and Christy try to get the advantage. Glory gets Christy back to the ropes and Christy pushes off. They spin around on the ropes and move to the corner, where Glory gets the advantage. Christy leans back as the official counts.

Glory lets go. Christy goes for a cheap shot. Glory blocks it and knees Christy. She then hits a hip toss out of the corner. Christy gets up and Glory hits a dropkick. Glory goes for the pin.

Christy kicks out.

Knots: “Glory showing she can deal with some of the cheap shots and techniques.”

Sharper: “Predicted the non-clean break and countered into a two count.”

Christy gets up and Glory forearms her in the jaw. Christy falls to the ropes and Glory whips across. Christy bounces off and Glory hits a back elbow. She gets up and hits an elbow drop. She goes for another pin.

Christy kicks out again. Both women get up and Glory kicks her in the ribs. She goes for a vertical suplex. Christy however blocks it. She then nails Glory in the ribs and then again before throwing Glory back with a snap suplex. Glory gets up and Christy wrenches the arm and then hits a back kick. Glory hits the mat, blinking as Christy walks around.

Sharper: “Hard kick to the head .Christy using those educated feet to catch Glory under the jaw.”

Knots: “And that’s the type of kick that has you seeing stars and Glory could be.”

Sharper: “Our officials doing their job, checking Glory, making sure she’s safe to continue.”

Christy turns as Glory gets up and she clubs her in the back and then again before whipping her into the corner. Glory hits the corner and Christy runs after and hits a running clothesline. Glory stumbles out and Christy walks over and grabs her and snapmares her over. She then pushes her down and hits a leg drop. She goes for the pin.

Glory kicks out. Christy gets up as Glory stirs. Christy hits a shoot kick to the chest and Glory falls to the ropes. Glory winces and Christy goes to whip her across. Glory spins through and sends Christy in. Christy bounces off and Glory goes for a clothesline. Christy slides underneath. She gets up and turns and hits a jawbreaker. Glory stumbles back. Christy stops and turns and runs at Glory. Glory ducks a clothesline and spins around before hooking Christy by the waist and hitting a bridging German suplex.

Sharper: “German suplex! Christy caught! Cover!”

Christy rolls out of it. She ends up on her stomach. Glory gets up and turns and sees her before jumping to the top turnbuckle and hitting a split-legged moonsault to the back of Christy. Christy yells out and Glory rolls her over and hooks the leg.

Christy kicks out.

Sharper: “Moonsault to the lower back. Only two.”

Knots: “Christy went from confident and cool to oh dear God. Glory exploding with that.”

Christy rolls over and grabs at the ropes. Glory walks over to her and grabs her from behind. She clubs her in the back and then again before Christy elbows her in the jaw. Glory turns back, walking to the middle of the ring. Christy then jumps to the top rope and dives back with a springboard gamengiri. Christy hits the mat. Christy then hits the Little Red Press. The crowd ohs and Christy hooks the leg.

Glory kicks out. Christy gets up and stomps her in the face and then again before dragging her up. She pulls her to her feet and then runs her into the corner. Glory spins out and to the ropes, leaning on them. Christy pulls her back and steps to the apron. She climbs up and turns Glory before locking in a figure four headlock on the top rope!

Christy lets go and Glory falls back. Glory slowly gets up and Christy enters before hitting a reverse DDT. She hooks the leg.

Glory shoots her shoulder up.

Sharper: “Two count. Reverse DDT only gets two.”

Knots: “Christy’s fighting with a bit of piss and vinegar. You’d think she may be eying the World Title herself.”

Sharper: “Could be thinking that. If she shows up well against a top contender, she’ll catch attention and positive attention. Or she’s testing Glory to give Syren and Ravyn and CHBK some good information.”

Glory slowly stirs as Christy clubs her in the back twice. She then turns and exits to the apron and climbs up to the top rope. Glory staggers back and Christy dives off and goes to jump onto Glory’s shoulders for a hurricanrana, but Glory counters with a sitout powerbomb!

Christy rolls her shoulder up. The crowd cheers. Both women get up, both in pain and Christy turns around and Glory scoops her up and slams her down in front of the corner. Glory then exits to the apron before climbing up to the top rope. She looks around and nods before then falling off with the London Plunge onto Christy.

Sharper: “London Plunge. Right to the black heart of Christy Matthews!”

Knots: “Glory got all of it!”

Glory goes for the pin.

Christy shoots her shoulder up. The crowd ohs. Glory rolls off and grabs at the ropes. She starts to get up as Christy rolls in the opposite direction. Glory gets up and walks around. Christy stirs as Glory grabs her and pulls her back by the head and goes for a neckbreaker. Christy blocks and spins through and then knees Glory in the back and then hits a reverse suplex. The crowd ohs. Christy turns and gets up. She grabs Glory and pulls her up and then kicks her in the ribs. She sets up for the Happily Never After. The crowd boos, but Glory spins out and then pulls Christy in before jumping up and locking in the Shekinah Glory!

Sharper: “Shekinah Glory! Glory has it locked in!”

Knots: “Christy is trying to reach around! She can’t get to the ropes! Glory has her far enough away!”

Glory tightens her hold as she twists her hips, dropping Christy to her side. Christy frantically kicks around and reaches around before starting to fade. The crowd roars as Christopher Richter looks on and Christy’s arm starts to move less and less before dropping to the mat. The referee checks on it and then calls for the bell. The crowd cheers. Glory holds on for a moment longer before letting go. She rolls back.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via technical submission, Glory Braddock!”

Sharper: “Glory Braddock has choked out Christy Matthews!”

Knots: “That could happen to Syren! That could happen to Alistaire Allocco1”

Sharper: “Glory’s triangle choke and Ravyn Taylor has one of her own. Ravyn I’m sure was watching it closely to help Syren prepare. Same with CHBK. But if Syren fades fast, no plan may stop it at Rise to Greatness!”

Glory Braddock gets up and the referee raises her arm. Glory steps forward and looks out at the crowd. She just smiles as she looks around.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage, we see Glory Braddock walking down the hallway before we hear someone calling her name.

Alistaire: “Glory!”

Glory stops turns and Alistaire Allocco walks over to her. He extends his hand and Glory just looks at it.

Alistaire: “I just wanted to let you know it was an honour to watch you work. I took your advice and watched your match. If you’re like, I’d love to discuss it and break it down a bit. I mean, if the end goal is to defeat Syren…I mean, I understand you and I have very different styles. But we are both very capable in the ring. If we want to take the World Championship, it only makes sense for both of us to pool resources to be the very best.”

Glory looks at him dumbfounded.

Glory: “Are you serious?”

Alistaire: “Feedback is a crucial part of growth. Much like you have mentioned I’m naïve. I disagree, but I understand how my belief in the sanctity of rules could be that way. But I know I can beat Syren, even with her games. Pure talent always succeeds.”

Glory turns away and scoffs a bit before turning back to Alistaire.

Glory: “I’m not pool any resources with you. Sorry, Alistaire. But while the plan is to take the title from Syren, it’s for me to walk out with it. Just like you should be doing the same.”

Alistaire: “I plan just that.”

Glory: “Then treat me like an adversary. Not an ally. Because Alistaire…you may have won Taking Hold of the Flame. You may have even held that title before. But you’ve NEVER faced someone like Syren on this stage. I have years of experience. You want some feedback. You can it live when you and I compete at Rise to Greatness.”

Glory turns and walks off as Alistaire watches her leave.

Alistaire: “That was rude.”

The lights dim as a voice backed by piano music fill the arena.

As the heavy music of Imagine Dragons kicks in the lights come back up and Bree Lancaster is standing on the stage, dressed in an outfit designed by Scott Burnside She smiles as she looks around before red, white and blue sparks shower down behind her from the top of the set to the stage. Scott Burnside is with her as the two head to the ring. .

Sharper: “Bree Lancaster is back to where she was to start the year, SCW US Champion!”

Knots: “Yeah. Needed an assist from James Evans. She’ll never admit it. But she beat Giovanni Aries. I said last week and I’ll say it now. I don’t know what is better. Her holding the title or Giovanni holding it but never carrying it.”

Sharper: “And you notice how Bree does not have the SCW United States Championship in her grasp. That’s because Giovanni Aries was not holding it and SCW did not want to risk him destroying more property.”

Bree Lancaster reaches the ring and Scott Burnside runs up the steel steps. He walks along the apron and then holds the ropes open for Bree. Bree enters and steps forward and smiles as she shows herself up. Scott Burnside enters and points to her as the crowd boos. Bree looks around in disdain as Scott turns and grabs a microphone waiting for them from the apron. He turns and hands it to Bree. Bree takes it.

Sharper: “I may be Fourth of July tomorrow, but this San Jose crowd is not on the side of our US Champion.”

Bree: “You know, I normally would come out here and take issue with people in a city like San Jose being so rude to me, but well, here in the United States, we have free speech. You can boo me all you want, but here I am, back as it should have been months ago…I am your US Champion again!”

The crowd boos as Bree looks around.

Bree: “Now I can stand out here and talk about how this is the United States of Breemerica. But the fact is that I stand here as a champion without a belt and as a PROUD champion, finally getting the title that I didn’t even lose, I simply laid down for Selena to let her have her moment…I want my title back and I made it clear to SCW when I won last week that it better be spotless and it better be worthy of me after what that troglodyte Giovanni Aries did to the title. I’m not going to hold some broken down relic. I’m wearing the real deal because I only accept the highest quality.”

Bree then turns to the entrance way.

Bree: “So, your US champion is here. And Sasha…time for you to present the title to me. Don’t worry. I made sure that everything was figured out and made right in the end!”

Bree steps back, extending her arms.

Sharper: “She wants her title. I’m sure she does.”

Knots: “Beauty Factory probably already has twenty photo sets planned for it.”

Sharper: “Who knows…”

Bree: “I realize you’re busy, but you can’t be too busy to right a long-held wrong.”

We then see Sasha turning to Dean Black backstage. Black unlocks a box in her office before pulling it open. Sasha takes the contents, revealing a brand new SCW US Championship. She then turns and starts to leave with Dean Black walking alongside her. We cut back to the ring and Bree smiles.

Bree: “Looks like something was done right. Everyone, sit tight. This is going to be worth it all. You’re at a moment, a proud moment in SCW history tonight!”

Sharper: “You see the brand new title.”

Knots: “Under lock and key. Clearly didn’t want to take a chance if Giovanni wanted to try something.”

Bree remains in the ring smiling as the crowd buzzes. We then cut to another part of the backstage area. Aaron Blackbourne is standing by the monitor, shaking his head, wearing jeans. He throws his towel down, having seemingly finished having a show. Owen Cruze is in the room.

Aaron: “God…just running her mouth. They’re all the same.”

Owen: “Yeah, well, they all deserve to be humbled. They all deserve to realize what’s coming.”

Aaron: “Someone better do it to Bree.”

Owen turns to him.

Owen: “Bro…how about you?”

We hear Bree in the background, clearly talking to the crowd.

Sharper: “You see this? This is not playing in the arena, folks.”

Aaron: “Well-“

Owen stands up.

Owen: “No. Why shouldn’t you get a shot? Sienna had to cheat earlier to get one over you. You’ve said it yourself. Bree deserves to be humbled and you’ve been waiting for your break. Look…you can sit here and wait or you can stand up for what you believe in. That’s why I’m facing Sienna and Chris at Rise to Greatness. It’s that simple.”

Aaron nods.

Aaron: “You know…you’re right.”

Owen: “Damn right I am. You’ve been waiting for your shot at something in SCW. Everyone says you’re a future champion and you compete the right way. So go and tell Bree what you think of her, bro.”

Aaron turns and heads off as Owen watches him leave. We cut to the arena as Sasha walks through the curtain, holding the SCW US Championship.

Knots: “That wasn’t on the big screen out here. Bree doesn’t have a clue, but Owen…he’s pushing everyone to fight for what they believe in!”

Sharper: “Pushed Kennedy to compete at Rise to Greatness. Forced that match and Owen called out Beauty Factory.”

Knots: “Now Aaron Blackbourne.”

Dean Black walks out with Sasha and the two head to the ring as Bree smiles looking on. They get down the rampway to the ring when the crowd roars as we see Aaron Blackbourne stepping out from the back. He jogs down to the ring and heads over to Sasha and Dean. Bree steps forward.

Bree: “What are you doing here?! Get him out of here!”

Dean turns and stops Aaron Blackbourne, but Aaron says something to him and Sasha turns to speak to him. Aaron says something to her, not picked up by the cameras as Sasha turns and Aaron then looks at Dean and then Sasha before grabbing the US Championship from her and pulling away. The crowd roars and Aaron rolls into the ring. Bree steps back, thinking Aaron is going to attack her.

Sharper: “Aaron just took the title from Sasha! He’s in the ring!”

Knots: “Dean Black is in too!”

Dean Black steps up as Bree steps back and Aaron leans forward and grabs the microphone from Bree. Bree snaps at Dean. Dean steps over to Aaron.

Aaron: “Sorry that I’m being this forward and in fact, I’m out here not to do anything to this title except what you desire, Bree.”

Sasha stops Dean as Dean looks at him. Bree snaps at him.

Bree: “Give me my title!”

Aaron: “But after listening to you speak as you have about holding this title, I am not going to stand there and let you get this title back without knowing one thing! Before we hear stale pronouncements of the United States of Breemerica and other staleness emanating from you, there is a chance for this title to represent something more creative and something beyond the continued arrogance of people like yourself, people in the Beauty Factory. So you take your title, but Bree. Count me as one of the many that will take their opportunity when they get it to take you down and try to take this title from you!”

Aaron then extends the title to Bree. Bree looks around and looks at Dean. Dean just nods as Dean turns to Aaron and Bree reaches out reluctantly and grabs it. Aaron calmly lets go and Bree takes it and pulls it close. Aaron then turns and tosses the microphone at Bree too. Bree grabs it and juggles it, before Scott reaches over and grabs it. Aaron then turns to Sasha and apologizes to her before stepping through the ropes to the floor. Bree just glares at him as the crowd roars. “The Nexus” by Amaranthe plays in the background.

Sharper: “Aaron Blackbourne gave his message. A challenge to Bree!”

Knots: “Bree is not happy! So that makes me happy!”

Sharper: “Aaron handing her the title while making it clear he’ll be right there to try and take that title! Something for Sasha to think about!”

Aaron Blackbourne continues to head to the back as Bree turns to Sasha and says something to her and Dean Black before we cut away.

“The Old Me” by Memphis May Fire plays as the crowd roars and the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a shot of The Hollow walking down the hallway. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “There you see them. Brittany Lohan and Harmony Fisher. They team for the last time ever. A special attraction for you all.”

Knots: “Harmony’s back too!”

Sharper: “They’ll have their final match as a team, next!”

The scene fades to black.

The screech of a vulture is heard over the loud speaker before the opening guitar riff of Stitched Up Hearts' "Is This The Way To Hell" comes shredding through. The fans start to anticipate who is going be walking through the curtain. As the fans in the arena are cheering as the lights in the arena as pair of strobe lights situated on the left and right side of the stage start to flash. The one on the light is purple in color while the one on the right is white, but the pair are flashing alternatively to give the illusion that they are custom cop car lights.

A spotlight focuses on the center of the stage where Crissy is standing with both of her arms raised in the air. She's wearing nearly complete black wrestling attire with the exception of purple accents. As she just stands there listening to the fans cheer her she starts to bring down her arms and she starts loosening up her wrists Ember Young and Ash Harte make their way on to the stage. Ember is seen clapping her hands, but Ash is carrying what appears to be a water bottle and a wooden stool in each of her hands. Crissy starts to make her way down to the ring shadow boxing along the way with Ember and Ash right behind her.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a twenty minute time limit. First, accompanied by the team of Embers and Ashes, from South Bend, Indiana, she is The Serial Thrilla, Crissy Gardner!”

Crissy pulls herself up onto the apron as they both on the apron. Crissy just stands on the apron for several moments as she watches the fans with a smile on her face. Meanwhile, Ember and Ash climb in to the ring together. Ash sets the stool down in one of the corners while Ember tells Crissy it's time to get in to the ring. Once Crissy climbs in to the ring she wastes no time in sitting down on the stool with Ash squirting some of the water from the bottle in to her mouth much like a boxer. Crissy even knocks her hands together as if she were wearing boxing gloves as she awaits the start of the match.

Sharper: “Embers and Ashes had their debut last week. Ash Harte distracted a bit and showing her lack of experience.”

Knots: “Gotta put that aside. You’re facing a team that has plenty of experience and wants to end it on a high note.”

Sharper: “The Hollow about to make their final appearance as a team here in SCW.”

The lights around the arena start to strobe before words are highlighted on the video screen.

The opening to “Warrior” kicks in on the PA system as Harmony Fisher bursts through the curtains at the top of the stage and immediately runs to the side of the stage and raises her fist in the Devil Horns gesture as the crowds start to get amped up, following her, Brittany Lohan comes out from the back with a more demure attitude, looking out at the crowds indifferently as Harmony jogs back to the centre of the stage, making a double handed Devil Horns gesture before following Brittany who is already making her way to the ring.

Phillips: “And their opponents, for the final time, they are Harmony Fisher and Brittany Lohan, the Hollow!”

Harmony slaps a few outstretched palms before circling round the ring, Brittany goes the opposite way before both slide into the ring on opposite sides and pace to facing turnbuckles before Harmony climbs to the middle turnbuckle of one and leans forward pouting at the crowds of people before smirking and raising her hand in the Devil Horns sign once more; moving her hand to the beat of their theme song before looking across at Brittany who makes her way to the middle rope and holds her fist up, once again looking out at all the people before both women get down and meet in the middle of the ring, awaiting the start of the ring.

Sharper: “Harmony looks good. Brittany, she better be geared right.”

Knots: “Rachel Tatum Lee is here and watching. There you see her.”

We cut to show Rachel Tatum Lee watching a monitor backstage as Lohan starts in the ring for the Hollow. Ember Young starts for her team. The two look at one another and Lohan and Ember lock-up in the middle of the ring. Brittany powers her back, throwing her to the mat. The crowd roars. Ember rolls back and looks up. Brittany challenges her to try again. Ember gets up and lunges and the two lock up again. Brittany pulls her back and throws her down. Ember looks around and then starts to get up before lunging at Brittany and going for the legs. Brittany blocks her before hoisting her up and gutwrench suplexes her down. The crowd ohs and Ember gets up. Brittany then nails her in the ribs with a hard right, knocking her back into the corner. Lohan then elbows her in the jaw.

Sharper: “So far, Brittany looks pretty focused. Hard shots to the ribs.”

Knots: “And to the jaw.”

Lohan grabs Ember and whips her across. Brittany runs after and Ember jumps up and floats over her. Lohan turns around and forearms Ember in the jaw. She rolls back and gets back up. Lohan steps forward and grabs her, but Ember jumps up and takes Brittany down with an armbar takedown. The crowd roars as Lohan struggles. Ember pulls back as Lohan grimaces. She starts to slowly turn as the referee checks Lohan. Lohan however turns and slowly starts to turn, and getting her legs under her. She slowly gets up and pushes Ember over.

Ember twists a bit and Lohan then tries to lift her up, but Ember lets go and kicks Lohan in the leg and then again. Lohan stumbles back and to the Hollow corner, tagging Harmony in. Ember gets up as the crowd roars.

Sharper: “Ember Young showing how dangerous she can be. That one armbar and Lohan quickly backing off.”

Knots: “Not to mention going for the legs. Everything Lohan was using to keep her at bay, Ember went after it all.”

Sharper: “And Harmony Fisher entering the ring. This crowd appreciating her special appearance tonight.”

Ember and her watch one another and lunge to lock-up, but Harmony knees her in the ribs. She wrenches the arm of Ember. Ember winces and rolls over and then back before wrenching the arm herself. Harmony fires a forearm in and Ember falls to the ropes. Harmony holds on and then whips her across. Ember hits the ropes. Ash tags in. Ember bounces off and Harmony hits a dropkick. She gets up and Ash enters and runs at her and hits a flying clothesline. She goes for the pin.

Harmony kicks out. Both women get up and Ember wrenches her arm and jerks on it. She then snapmares her over and hits a dropkick to the back of her head. Harmony rolls over. She starts to get up and Ash nails her with a chop. The crowd woos. She then grabs her and whips her across. Harmony hits the opposite corner. Ash runs after and Harmony gets an elbow up. Ash stumbles back and Harmony runs out and hits a swinging neckbreaker. She then gets up and goes for a cover.

Ash kicks out. She rolls over and Harmony gets up and tags in Lohan. Lohan enters and Harmony turns and grabs Ash. Ash nails her with a shot, but Lohan runs at her and shoulders her down. The crowd ohs. Harmony exits. Brittany then pulls her up and scoops her up and slams her down. Rachel watches backstage.

Sharper: “Rachel watching as Brittany just bowls Ash Harte over.”

Knots: “Ash and Ember need to remember that. They try to brawl with Lohan, that’s a bad plan.”

Ash gets up and Brittany scoops her up and onto her shoulder and steps forward and hits a Snake eyes. Ash stumbles back and Brittany turns and tags Harmony in. The crowd roars as Brittany then lifts Ash up and spins her down with a spinebuster. Brittany moves as Harmony hits a standing moonsault, completing the Pain Train. Harmony goes for the pin.

Ember enters, but Ash kicks out. Harmony gets up and grabs Ash. She then lifts her up for a back suplex before throwing her forward into the corner, face first. Harmony runs across the ring and bounces off and jumps up and hits a running dropkick. Ash spins out and Harmony goes for another pin.

Ash kicks out. Harmony looks up and moves forward and goes to tag Brittany in, but Ash hooks her leg and pulls her down. Harmony falls over and turns and kicks at her. Harmony then starts to get up and grabs Ash. Ash however hits a jawbreaker. She turns and then drop toe holds her into the middle rope by Ember. Ash dives forward, tags in Ember who hits a dropkick along the apron to the side of Harmony’s head. Harmony falls back. Ember enters and goes for the pin.

Sharper: “Ember and Ashes caught Harmony on the middle rope and a vicious dropkick.”

Knots: “And Harmony remembering how hard it is to fight in that ring. And how hard some people’s feet are!”

Sharper: “And now a cover!”

Harmony gets her shoulder up. Ember looks up and grabs Harmony. She pulls her up only to hoist Harmony up and hit a slingshot suplex. Ember gets up and moves into the ropes before hitting a cartwheel leg drop. She goes for another pin.

Harmony kicks out. Lohan paces at ringside a bit as Ember turns and grabs her. She then snapmares her down in front of the corner and tags in Ash. Ash slingshots in with a splash. The crowd ohs and she goes for the pin.

Harmony gets her shoulder up again.

Sharper: “Embers and Ashes just dominating. Harmony has no answer for this yet.”

Knots: “And Ash making sure to get all of what she does. Ember showing her ability to keep the control. It’s bad if you’re the Hollow.”

Sharper: “And Lohan pacing like a caged animal at ringside.”

Harmony rolls over and Ash grabs her and nails her with a forearm shot. She then whips her into the ropes. Harmony bounces off and Ash jumps up and hits a spinning heel kick. She turns and runs at the ropes. Lohan swings at her, but Ash ducks at the last moment. Lohan snaps at her. Ash turns as Ember tells her to refocus. Harmony starts to get up and Ash runs over and stomps her in the back and then again. She then turns and whips her into the corner. Ash runs after her. Harmony gets her boots up. Ash catches them and pulls her out into a sitout powerbomb.

Lohan enters with stomp to the head. Ember enters and runs at Lohan. She nails Lohan with a hard right and then another before Lohan spins her into the ropes and turns and throws her across with a huge hip toss. Ember rolls over and the referee tells her to get back. Ash then gets up and runs over and nails Lohan from behind. The crowd boos a bit as Ash turns back and grabs Harmony, but Harmony suddenly grabs her and hits an STO. She dives and tags in Lohan. Harmony gets up as Lohan steps in and clubs Ash in the back and then again and again before Ember runs over and Harmony kicks her in the ribs. Lohan turns and both grab her before they spike Ember with the Sever the Wicked!

Sharper: “Sever the Wicked. Lohan and Harmony cut Ember off!”

Knots: “Ash better get to the ropes or leave the ring. Lohan is pissed off!”

Lohan turns as Harmony rolls Ember out of the ring. Ash then gets up and runs over and nails Harmony. Lohan then grabs her. Ash turns and nails her in the ribs and then again before hitting a jawbreaker. Harmony then runs over and nails Ash from behind. Brittany gets up and knees her before placing her head between her legs. She hoists her up for a powerbomb and Harmony climbs up to the top rope before reaching back and the Hollow completes the Symphony of Destruction. The crowd ohs. Harmony rolls over and Ember slides in, but Harmony pins her down.

Lohan rolls off of Ash.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via pinfall, Harmony Fisher and Brittany Lohan, the Hollow!”

The crowd cheers as Lohan gets up and Harmony gets up. Ember rolls out as Ash is helped out by Crissy. Lohan and Harmony have their arms raised.

Sharper: “They ride off into the sunset as a team with a win. A hard fought one.”

Knots: “Ash and Ember brought it. Harmony and Lohan were not happy Embers and Ashes were their final opponents, but hot damn, they came out and nearly had em! Never stopped fighting!”

Harmony and Lohan then embrace in the ring before Harmony raises Lohan’s arm. The two look out at the crowd and celebrate a bit as the crowd cheers. Lohan turns and looks around. The camera stays on her for a few moments before the scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see Brittany Lohan and Harmony Fisher walking backstage. Rachel Tatum Lee walks over to them. The crowd cheers.

Rachel: “Good match out there, sugar.”

Lohan: “Thanks.”

Rachel then smacks Brittany hard across the jaw. Lohan staggers.

Harmony: “What the hell?”

Harmony steps forward to go after Rachel, but Lohan stops her.

Rachel: “Get the happy shit outta tha way. Ya wanna be the War Machine?”

Rachel turns and heads off as Lohan looks at her as the scene cuts to the ring.

Jordan Majors vs. Cassidy Carter

The rifts to "Na na na" by My Chemical Romance begins to play throughout the arena as the spoken intro opens up.

Strobe lights begin flashing between different shades of blue, green and red in rapid succession as Cassidy Carter steps out to a barrage of cheers. She smiles broadly while stepping in a rhythm around the stage to match the beat as her one woman rave show continues. She throws one arm up over her chest while thrusting the other to the side before bowing smugly before the cheering masses.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a ten minute time limit. First, from Las Vegas, Nevada, she is the Duchess of Debauchery, Cassidy Carter!”

She makes her way down the ramp, now in full spirits, not really focusing on anything. Her arrogance and lack of real concern or worries showing in spades. She reaches the apron before pulling herself up using the bottom rope for support. Standing along it she raises her head up to the rafters while leaning fully into the top rope. She sways her hips seductively before flipping over the top rope, landing inside the ring before turning and throwing her arms up and walking toward the center of the ring, dancing a bit in a straight line to her own theme song. Her self-admiration and confidence continuing to be on full display for the world to grovel in. She raises her arms further up, now placing her hands on the back of her head before making her way to the corner. Stepping up onto the second rope she sits on the top turnbuckle before laying back across the top rope, propping her legs crossed casually over the other side. She appears to be becoming slightly impatient now in her comfortable spot waiting for this ordeal to begin and be over with.

Sharper: “Cassidy Carter has been one of many targeting Ravyn Taylor, but that’s turned more into directly targeting Abigail Lindsay.”

Knots: “Majors is part of that, trying to help Lindsay out. Carter wasn’t here last week, Jordan was sent to look out for her. But let’s not forget Taking Hold of the Flame where Carter and Jordan had some back and forth.”

The lights go down and flash purple as "7 Rings" by Arianna Grande starts to play. When the lyrics start, Jordan walks slowly out on the stage with a bedazzled trenchcoat dragging along the ground behind her. She smirks when the beat drops and starts to walk down the ramp ignoring anything the fans around her say.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Chicago, Illinois, is Jordan Majors!”

She stops down at the bottom of the ramp and puts her arms out to let the coat slide off and to the ground. Jordan saunters around the ring to the steps and slowly makes her way up as the house lights come back on. She climbs under the ropes and steps up onto the turnbuckle and rubs her fingers together as she looks out at the crowd. She taps her chest as she yells that she gets what she wants.

Sharper: “Jordan doesn’t have her guards anymore. She’s tossed them from what she told me.”

Knots: “Well you have a baseball bat swinging person in your corner, even if not out here physically, but watching your back generally? I’d say that’s an upgrade!”

The bell sounds and Cassidy runs at Jordan. Jordan covers up as Cassidy kicks her in the ribs and then nails her with a couple of hard rights to the head. Jordan falls back into the corner. The referee counts as the crowd roars.

Cassidy backs up and walks around the ring. She spins around and turns to Jordan who nails her in the throat with a shot and spins her into the corner. She nails her with a right forearm and then a left before hitting a shoot kick to the ribs. Cassidy winces and falls to a knee.

Sharper: “Jordan using those kicks and she’s proven to be lethal with them!”

Knots: “Cassidy came in ready to fight, but Jordan came ready to kick!”

Cassidy starts to get up and Jordan forearms her in the jaw and then snapmares her over. Cassidy winces and Jordan hits a shoot kick to her back. Cassidy winces and Jordan pushes her over to the mat and hooks the leg.

Cassidy kicks out. She turns and starts to get up and Jordan clubs her in the back. Cassidy steps forward and Jordan back rakes Cassidy. Cassidy steps forward to the corner. Jordan kicks her in the ribs and then again before whipping Cassidy across. Jordan runs after and forearms her in the jaw. Jordan steps back and smirks and looks around. She turns around and Cassidy steps up to the middle turnbuckle and pushes up, tackling Jordan down with a Lou Thesz press. She nails Jordan with a series of hard right hands to the jaw before rolling off.

Sharper: “Cassidy pushing off the corner and nailing Jordan with a series of rights.”

Knots: “All of that calmness gone. Cassidy just told Jordan she don’t care about her right hands!”

Jordan pulls herself up and Cassidy forearms her hard. She then grabs her and knees her in the ribs before hooking her by the head and hitting a vertical suplex. Jordan holds her lower back and starts to get up. Cassidy runs over and kicks her in the ribs. She then grabs her and runs her face first into the top turnbuckle. Jordan turns and Cassidy shoulders her in the ribs and then again. Jordan blocks the third one, kneeing her in the face. Cassidy stumbles out. Jordan then turns and runs out and goes for a clothesline. Cassidy ducks. Jordan stops and turns and Cassidy kicks her in the ribs and hits a DDT. Cassidy turns and hooks the leg.

Jordan pushes her off. Cassidy rolls off. She gets up as Jordan rolls over. She slowly pullsherself up, but Cassidy grabs her arm and pulls her up and hits an armbreaker DDT. She then turns and locks in the Fabulock. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Cassidy not hesitating! Armbreaker DDT and now the Fabulock!”

Knots: “Jordan is in the middle of the ring. Cassidy knew exactly what she was doing!”

Cassidy pulls back as Jordan starts to move toward the ropes. The referee checks on her as Cassidy keeps pulling back. Jordan yells out and moves toward the ropes, inch by inch and finally managing to reach over and grabbing the bottom rope. Cassidy remains locked in the hold.

She lets go and rolls over. Jordan rolls to the ropes and to the apron. Cassidy then walks around and sees her on the apron and runs over and baseball slides her in the back, knocking her to the floor. Jordan rolls over and down. (1) Cassidy grabs the ropes and rolls through. She then grabs her. (1) She knees her in the rib and runs her face first into the ring apron. (2) She pushes her into the ring. Cassidy looks around and rolls in. Jordan however gets up and hits a shoot kick to the chest. Cassidy steps forward and Jordan hooks her up and turns, planting her with a Falcon Arrow. She presses down on Cassidy for the pin.

Cassidy kicks out. She rolls over. Jordan gets up. Cassidy grabs at the ropes and Jordan pulls her back and clubs her in the back and hits a back suplex. Jordan rolls over and smiles, exiting to the apron.

Sharper: “Jordan Majors suplexing Cassidy down. Just powering her up and dropping her hard on the back of her head and neck.”

Knots: “Cassidy is dreaming of Louboutins right now, but that won’t help her win!”

Jordan gets to the top rope and then hits a frog splash. The crowd ohs and Jordan hooks the le.

Cassidy gets her shoulder up. The crowd cheers. Jordan gets up and lets out an annoyed grunt. Cassidy rolls over. Jordan walks back and grabs her and nails her with a hard forearm and then another. Cassidy however shoves her back and then boots her in the face. Jordan falls back. Cassidy leans back against the corner before then lunging and going to grab Jordan, but Jordan jumps up and hits the Cash Out. The crowd ohs and Jordan dives onto Cassidy.

The crowd boos.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Jordan Majors!”

Jordan rolls off and smiles. She then gets up and has her arm raised before she turns to the entrance way where we see Abigail Lindsay walking down the rampway with her baseball bat. The crowd boos some as she smiles. Jordan smiles back.

Sharper: “Jordan Majors defeat Cassidy Carter. Cassidy is down and hurt.”

Knots: “Out from the Cash Out. But she may be out in other ways. Abigail Lindsay is coming down with her Louisville Slugger!”

Jordan gets up and looks at Cassidy as Jordan turns and stomps her in the back and then again. The crowd boos as Cassidy covers up. Abigail reaches the ring. The bell sounds again as Jordan turns and shows Cassidy off to Abigail. Abigail smiles as she enters the ring. She looks at Cassidy as Cassidy rolls over and Jordan stomps her again. She rolls over. Abigail then points the bat at Cassidy and lines her up before the crowd cheers. Marie Jones and Kimberly Williams, Kim brandishing her staple gun, run out from the back. The cheers continue as Jordan turns and Abigail turns to them. Marie and Kim stop at the ring and then Kim looks at Abigail and then Marie before then slide in. They get up and Marie and Jordan line up as Kim fires a staple into the air as Abigail looks at her. Cassidy meanwhile has rolled to the floor and has crawled to Phillips, grabbing him and the microphone.

Cassidy: “Hold it….Hold it!”

Cassidy catches her breath.

Cassidy: “Before this little war breaks out, I figure I should share my surprise with everything. I mean everyone else has friends for their fight and Abi…you took out my husband. You may wish you hadn’t done that. Because I’m bringing a God damned bazooka to this staple gun and baseball bat fight for some revenge against you and Infamous!”

Sharper: “What is she talking about?”

Cassidy smirks before “Take Me To Church” by Hozier starts to play and the crowd erupts in cheers. Abigail turns to the entrance way as Jordan looks around. Marie looks a bit concerned as Kim smiles too and we see Rachel Foxx walk out from the back, holding her trademark sledgehammer. The crowd erupts in louder cheers too.

Knots: “Well! She brought a bazooka!”

Sharper: “Rachel Foxx! The Suicide Queen is in Cassidy’s corner and she’s got a sledgehammer!”

Rachel Foxx then starts to walk to the ring as the crowd roars. But as she does, Cassidy slides in and runs over and nails Abigail from behind, tackling her down. Abigail turns and Cassidy nails her with a couple of blows as Jordan turns and grabs her. Kim then runs over and grabs Jordan and Jordan yells out as Kim goes to place the staple gun to Jordan’s head, but Jordan pushes away and rolls to the floor. Marie turns as Rachel slides in as Abigail covers up. Cassidy gets a few more shots in before Abigail kicks at her and Cassidy rolls back. Marie goes to stop Rachel, but Rachel swings. Marie ducks and drops to the mat.

Sharper: “Kim is enamoured with Rachel Foxx!”

Knots: “Cassidy got some shots in on Abigail, but Abigail back up. The three most violent in that ring all standing at each other. All with weapons!”

Kim turns to her and smiles before Rachel swings toward her. Abigail then gets up and grabs the baseball bat and Rachel and Abigail look at one another as the crowd roars. Kim looks her too. Kim then turns to Rachel, but Abigail swings, nailing Kim in the ribs with the bat. Kim falls over, holding her ribs. Rachel then swings, going for the head of Abigail, but Abigail ducks and backs up as Rachel and Abigail look at one another, pointing their weapons at one another.

Sharper: “Rachel Foxx with Cassidy Carter. Abigail Lindsay with Jordan Majors. Twin Magic on the floor as Kim holding her ribs. Abigail got a good shot in.”

Knots: “And this all started with Cassidy, Twin Magic and Abigail wanting to get Ravyn. Abigail’s now protecting Ravyn and it’s just gotten to another layer of insane!”

The crowd roars as Rachel and Abigail keep look at one another. Cassidy gets up as Jordan yells at Abigail to back down. Abigail backs down and rolls to the floor. She backs up as the crowd boos. Rachel just looks at her before holding her sledgehammer high in the air. The crowd cheers as “Take Me To Church” starts to play again. Cassidy looks at Abigail, yelling at her. Rachel keeps watching as we cut away.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown return as we see Ravyn Taylor talking to Christy Matthews backstage.

Ravyn: “Looks like the rats are scurrying as they all seem to now no longer be focused on me.”

Christy: “Having fun?”

Ravyn turns to her.

Ravyn: “Aren’t you? Look. I know you lost earlier.”

Christy: “Yeah I did. Here we are, the World Tag Title change hands, an opportunity is there and you’re playing your games! I get turned into a scouting mission.”

Ravyn: “And you did a superb job. We now have some first-hand knowledge of Glory Braddock’s skills. And the fact that she had to include the nod to what Syren and I have perfected, just a nice touch.”

Christy: “Great. Good to know I can be of service.”

Ravyn: “Relax. You will get the opportunity you’re looking for. We’re now just removing obstacles. So…patience.”

Christy: “I’ve been waiting a year.”

Ravyn: “And you won’t be waiting another one.”

We then see Sasha walking into the room, knocking on the door.

Ravyn: “Oh…perhaps you’d like to just ask her.”

Sasha: “Ask me what?”

Christy says nothing, just looking at Ravyn.

Ravyn: “Why you plan to waste our time tonight? Perhaps you’re here to share whatever these stipulations are for Glory’s trios contract.”

Sasha: “Don’t worry. They’ll be revealed soon enough. Just because she’s started to have some mind games of her own…I’m going to allow it. You should take it as a challenge.”

Ravyn: “I don’t.”

Sasha: “Then you may be more interested in this. I’m sure you saw the chaos earlier. May have enjoyed.”

Ravyn: “Oh I did.”

Sasha: “You won’t be hiding from it anymore. In fact, you two are going to be teaming up at Rise to Greatness. And you’ll be facing the teams of Twin Magic…Abigail Lindsay and Jordan Majors….and Cassidy Carter and Rachel Foxx!”

The crowd roars.

Sasha: “Good luck.”

Sasha heads off. Ravyn smirks. Christy then steps forward.

Christy: “This better lead to it.”

Ravyn: “Just an opportunity to remove all doubt.”

Ravyn smirks as we cut to ringside.

Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots are seen at the announce table.

Sharper: “Ravyn Taylor and Christy Matthews going to be in action at Rise to Greatness. A huge match just announced!”

Knots: “Fatal Four Way. Four teams that want to get their hands on one another. But Christy wanted to get her hands on another team.”

Sharper: “The World Tag Team Champions. But the tag division has heated up. But more is going on with one half of the Tag Team Champions. Because it is time to announce the next entrant in this years Hall of Fame class. Take a look!”

The scene fades to black.

The scene opens up with darkness.

INITIATING THE “NEXT LEVEL” PROGRAM….

The sirens continue along with sounds of gunfire before the tapping on the keyboard starts again

PATCHING WITH THE "SOCIAL MISFIT" EXPANSION...

The background sounds continue, then more words.

SUBJECT: THORN…

The background noise echoes loudly around the arena, becoming almost deafening as tapping on the keyboard can be heard one last time.

EVALUATION: DEADLY…

The gunfire and sirens halt and all is silent before two green fireworks shoot from the rafters and explode on the ramp.

“I’d Rather Die Than Live Down On My Knees”

“Death Before Dishonour” by Five Finger Death Punch plays as we see a shot of Tommy Valentine walking out from the back before showing him nailing Josh Hudson, Justin Davis, Shaun Cruze and Brayden Walker with the Griever’s Bane. We then see him chatting with David Helms and Jake Starr backstage before showing Thorn diving off the top rope and hitting the Socially Unacceptable on Justin Davis before showing him getting up, as the crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Thorn! The Star of Tomorrow...and he’s now the Star of Today! Thorn has just won the World Championship!”

We see Tommy holding the SCW World Championship over his head, before showing him holding the SCW United States Championship over his head and then the Underground Championship. A shot follows of him with the Sour Note locked in on Greg Cherry at Rise to Greatness 2019 before showing Tommy rolling off and holding the title over his head as pyro shoots out behind him.

Sharper: “Thorn knows high-risk. That’s for sure. That’s his offense. That’s his game.”

We then see Tommy diving off the top rope onto an opponent before showing him hitting the Petal of Woe on David Helms, Christian Savior and Syren. We then see Tommy grabbing CHBK and running him face first into the Thunderdome cage before we cut to show Tommy Valentine bleeding as he looks around, the fans cheering. This is followed by a shot of David Helms and Tommy Valentine hugging in the ring before David Helms and Tommy raising each other’s arms before showing Tommy hitting the Viollent Resolution on Harmony Fisher and hooking he leg.

The crowd roars as Tommy rolls off. We then see David Helms handing Tommy one of the World Tag Team Championships.

Sharper: “I don’t believe it! Next Level has done it!”

Knots: “Oh Tommy! You’ve made everything good again!”

We see shots of Tommy nailing an opponent with the Knee Deep before showing him hitting the Greiver’s Bane on CHBK before showing him standing in the with Kandis as he looks around smirking, before showing him walking to the back, holding the World Tag Team Championship with Jake Starr. We finally cut to show Tommy Valentine holding the World Championship again. The scene fades to black..

“Hall of Fame” by The Script featuring will.i.am plays as the SCW Hall of Fame logo comes up on the screen and then shows Tommy Valentine. The crowd gives a cheer for Tommy Valentine.

Sharper: “The new World Tag Team Champion, and he’s no longer a bridesmaid. He’s now the bride. Going to the Hall of Fame, class of 2019.”

Knots: “Won every title but one. Hasn’t held the SCW Adrenaline Championship. Still gunning for it. But still at the top of his game. Holding the tag titles. Former World Champion. Underground Champion. US Champion.”

Sharper: “And we all remember his feuds against Dark Fantasy, his time with the Brotherhood and his feud against CHBK. And now he can join them all in the Hall of Fame!”

The scene opens backstage to see Kandis smiling as she walks backstage, holding her World Tag Team Championship. She then walks over to Tommy Valentine. The crowd cheers some as Kandis turns to him.

Tommy: “Well good to see you too.”

Kandis: “Better to see you. Someone in this room didn’t tell me that you’re going into the Hall of Fame! My tag partner is a hall…of…famer!”

Tommy: “I figured I need to have some surprises too.”

Kandis: “Well maybe I could’ve had some fun before in celebration, but maybe we need to figure out a way to top last week when we won these!”

Kandis holds up her World Tag Team Championship.

Tommy: “After last week, we may need to make sure we still have access to our hotel rooms. They heard us down the hallway.”

Kandis: “That’s just part of the fun!”

Tommy: “Then why should we wait. I mean…you get to celebrate with a Hall of Famer.”

Kandis: “Then show me how good you are.”

Kandis smiles as her and Tommy go to head off.

Backstage, we see James Evans standing with Spirit Dansby. He ooks around, looking down, rubbing his hands and turns.

Spirit: “I am here with James Evans and we heard from Giovanni Aries earlier, offering to help you. James…your response?”

James turns to Spirit and smiles a bit.

James: “Help me?”

James looks down and laughs a bit.

James: “You want to help me. That’s funny. Because I want to help you. For months you’ve been helping James. The least I can do is help you back….And I’m going to help you back…by making it so you never have to worry about the Lizard Kingdom. You just need to worry about if you can EVEN WALK AFTER I’M THROUGH WITH YOU!”

James looks at the camera.

James: “I can’t wait to get my hands on you and know that no one can stop me!”

The crowd roars as Spirit looks around, clearly concerned as James steps back and looks at the camera, smiling as we cut away.

“The Old Me” by Memphis May Fire plays as the crowd roars and the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a shot of Ikiro Yoshida vs. Chris Cannon.

Sharper: “That…that worries me.”

Knots: “You’re telling me!”

Sharper: “Meanwhile….next, this could be a big one. Ikiro Yoshida will get his hands on Chris Cannon. They hate each other. And it all surrounds Sienna Swann.”

Knots: “Chris may wish he didn’t get this match either!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Chris Cannon vs. Ikiro Yoshida

The big screen above the entrance springs into life as the lights darken, the only image we see is that of a glistening perfect world logo. We then hear a woman’s voice that sounds a lot like Kelcey Wallace over the P. A System next as she addresses the arena.

“Ladies and Gentleman, Introducing...”

.CHRIS CANNON.

The opening trumpets of Exodus play over the P.A system next with an explosion of sound. There’s a sudden pause and then a spotlight shines down onto the stage where we see Chris Cannon, he stands proudly on the stage with an aura of confidence about him.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a twenty minute time limit. First, representing the Beauty Factory, from London, England by way of Hermosa Beach, California, he is Chris Cannon!”

The crowd boos the British superstar as he begins to walk down towards the ring with a confident stride in his step. Cannon stops and turns to look at one fan that is extending a hand which he would slap normally but doesn't as he continues down to the ring. Once at the bottom of the ramp Cannon then slides into the ring and then climbs the nearest turnbuckle and then raises his arm above his head holding a fist as the crowd’s negative reaction continues.

Sharper: “Chris Cannon has a chance to remove a thorn from his side tonight.”

Knots: “He’s going to aim to do more than that. He’s going to look to chop down the rose bush. He hates Ikiro Yoshida. Good news is that Ikiro hates him back!”

Out go the lights with a flick of switch, the moment they do the beginning for Smell likes Teen Spirit by David Garrett begins to place over the P.A System. The SCW Fans buzz with excitement with their eyes focused now on the stage, the reason why is a silhouette of figure standing on the stage after a spotlight shines down from the heavens…

Phillips: “His opponent, he hails from Fukushima prefecture, Japan. He is the King of Karaoke, the Sensei of Swing, he is Ikiro Yoshida!”

The crowd roars as the rest of the song immediately kicks in, the lights come on right after that and the once stationary Ikiro Yoshida springs into life by throwing his arms to the side and roaring passionately before posing once again. He is wearing a red leather trench coat with all the trimmings. Covering his right eye is a crimson red eyepatch with a gold dragon embroidered onto it. He then begins to walk down to the ring with a confident swagger in his step only to stop at some stage of his journey. Ikiro looks around at the fans that have a mixed reaction to him, albeit a positive one. The King of karaoke starts to approach a young fan, he eyes them up only to then remove his eyepatch and put it over the head of the young fan. Yoshida smirks and winks before walking on towards the ring up the steel steps. He wipes his feet on the apron and enters the ring, quickly following that he ascends the nearby corner and looks out at the crowd and starts to mouth the words to his song while removing his jacket and handing it to a member of the TV crew before jumping down and beginning to stretch.

Knots: “I’m stunned. I expected Ikiro to go right for Chris.”

Sharper: “He’s calm now. But what happens when the bell rings.”

Ikiro looks at Chris as Chris smirks and the crowd cheers as the bell sounds. Ikiro the nsteps out and runs at Chris and goes for a spinning back kick. Chris ducks and backs up. Ikiro steps up and follows and gets his hands up and throws another kick. Chris sidesteps and reaches in and nails Ikiro with a hard right and then another before turning and throwing him into the ropes. Ikiro bounces off and Chris just nails him with a hard right. Ikiro hits the mat and turns and starts to get up. Ikiro follows and kicks him in the ribs and then again, knocking him back into the corner. Chris then starts to lean in, forearm against Ikiro’s throat, choking him. The crowd boos.

Sharper: “Ikiro went in, but Chris has him down. Saw the kicks coming.”

Knots: “And now just trying to choke the life out of him!”

Chris steps back and looks at the official. He turns back and nails Ikiro with a hard right and then a left to the ribs. He grabs him and pulls him out and pulls him into a back elbow. Ikiro rolls over, shaking his head. He gets up and Chris nails him in the ribs with a shot. Ikiro falls to the ropes. Chris then whips him across. Ikiro bounces off and Chris goes for a clothesline. Ikiro slides underneath. Chris turns to Ikiro and Ikiro spears him down and nails him with a couple of hard rights in a side mount. Chris pushes away. He gets back up and turns and Ikiro hits a spinning back kick to the ribs and Chris falls back and through the ropes to the floor.

Sharper: “Chris knocked to the floor. Ikiro watching him.”

Knots: “You can tell. He’s half wanting to just follow immediately, but he wants to win too! He wants to impress Sienna! Impress the Trueloves!”

Chris slowly gets up on the floor. (1) Ikiro watches him before running at him and diving through the ropes with a tope suicida. Ikiro rolls over and gets up. Chris stirs. (1) Ikiro gets up and Chris turns and Ikiro nails him with a hard right and then another. (2) He looks around before whipping Chris into the steel steps. The top half bowls over and Chris rolls over in pain. (3) Ikiro follows up and stomps him in the chest and then again before grabbing him. (4) He slides Chris in. Chris rolls over and gets up and Ikiro slides in and Chris gets up only for Ikiro to hit a spinning back kick to the jaw. Chris hits the mat. Ikiro dives on him for the pin.

Chris kicks out. Ikiro looks at him and nails him in the jaw with a shot and then again.

Sharper: “Chris kicks out.”

Knots: “May have just wanted to take his asskicking. Ikiro is just keeping on him.”

Sharper: “Ikiro has wanted this for months. He hates Chris. Hates what he’s done for Sienna. He still loves her!”

Ikiro gets up as Chris turns and holds his jaw. Ikiro waits and tells him to get up. Chris gets up and Ikiro hits him with a shoot kick to the thigh and then one to the arm and then a spinning back kick to the ribs. Chris staggers back to the corner. Ikiro looks at him and runs at him and clotheslines him in the chest. Chris drops down and Ikiro looks at him and facewashes his face and then rears back and facewashes him a second time and then pulls back and does it a third time. He steps back as Chris holds his face in pain. Ikiro grabs him and drags him up. He places his head between his legs and goes for a powerbomb. Chris however manages to fight it and nails Ikiro with a hard right and then another and Ikiro falls back and Chris steps forward. Ikiro rolls over and turns around and Chris kicks him in the ribs and hooks him up and hits a vertical suplex. He then swivels his hips and gets up and hits a snap suplex before rolling over and dragging Ikiro up. He then looks out before hoisting him up. He holds Ikiro up for a moment before dropping him with a brainbuster, completing the Three Lions. The crowd ohs and Ikiro rolls over. Chris turns and pushes him onto his back and goes for the lateral press.

Ikiro gets his shoulder up. Chris looks up.

Sharper: “Nearfall, but only two!”

Knots: “Chris can’t believe it. Ikiro has the fighting spirit and refuses to just let it go!”

Ikiro rolls over and looks out as the crowd cheers. An “EyeYoshi!” chant follows as Chris grabs him and pulls him up by the hair. He nails him with a hard right and then another before pulling him away from the ropes and hoisting him onto his shoulders. He hits a Lion’s Bite before turning and hooking the leg.

Ikiro kicks out again. Chris looks up. He then drags Ikiro up and jerks him to his feet. He knees him in the ribs and then again before pulling him in and onto his shoulders again, but Ikiro counters with an elbow to the jaw and then another before sliding down. Chris turns around and Ikiro kicks him in the ribs. Ikiro places his head between his legs and hoists him up and hits a buckle bomb. Chris staggers out and Ikiro jumps up and hits a spinning heel kick to the jaw. The crowd roars and Ikiro goes for the pin.

Chris shoots his shoulder up. The crowd sighs in disbelief.

Sharper: “Only two!”

Knots: “Ikiro though he had it. This crowd did too!”

Chris rolls over and slowly gets up. Ikiro turns and kicks him in the ribs. He whips him across the ring. Ikiro looks at him and yells at him and runs across and goes for a running Yakuza kick, but Chris moves out of the way. Ikiro gets caught on the top rope. He yells out and pulls away and turns around and Chris drills him with the C4. The crowd ohs and boos. Chris turns and hooks the leg.

The crowd boos and Chris rolls over and smirks. He dusts his hands up and gets up.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Chris Cannon!”

Chris gets up and looks out at the crowd. He demands his arm raised and the official obliges. Chris looks around and turns back to Ikiro. He turns away and smirks before mocking him to the crowd.

Sharper: “Ikiro Yoshida dropped by the C4. That spear which has beaten Kennedy Street before. It’s taken down Owen too.”

Knots: “Talk about a convenient message!”

Sharper: “It’s also stopped Ikiro Yoshida tonight as Chris Cannon looks to be as strong as ever heading into Rise to Greatness!”

Chris looks around and then turns back to Ikiro, scoffing at him as he turns and exits the ring and drops to the floor before heading to the back.

Backstage, we see Kennedy watching the monitor with Jessica Winters with him. Kennedy steps back and turns to Jessica.

Jessica: “Sorry to have to be here, but you’re facing Chris Cannon, not as you hoped. You’ve been glued to that monitor.”

Kennedy smiles and turns to Jessica.

Kennedy: “It’s not how I wanted. But as much as I’m going hate saying this…thank you Owen. You were right. I was making excuses. I was trying to figure out if I could just convince Chris, knowing full well that Chris was going to hold everything over me. Trinity said the same to me and Owen, you may have been an asshole about it, but thank you. Because now 2019 can come full circle. It started with Owen and myself against Chris. And Chris got the win. Heart my ribs. He did that again. But as Chris goes around with Sienna, and Sienna continues to demand everything…she’s always dodged a bullet from me for too long. And Owen, you’ve given me the ability to kill two birds with one stone. I can get my match with Chris and prove to the world that I can beat him…and I can give Sienna the Touch of Class she damn well deserves. But there is a twist here Owen. Just like you put me in this situation. I’m not there to give you what you want. I’ll take advantage of getting what I want though.”

Kennedy pauses a moment.

Kennedy: “Because this Sexy, Flawless Diva is going to make sure she walks out of Rise to Greatness with both monkeys off her back!”

The crowd roars as Kennedy walks away from the monitor and the scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see Alistaire Allocco walking backstage and we see Adam running up to him.

Adam: “What is this that I heard you talked to Glory?”

Alistaire: “I figured I would find out that if she was serious. She claimed this is all about removing an unchampion-like champion. It seems she just simply wants the title for herself.”

Adam: “Of course, Alistaire! You’re supposed to want the title for yourself!”

Alistaire: “I do, but I figured Glory and I were cut from the same cloth.”

Adam: “She took your title shot! She muscled in. You went through thirty-nine others and earned this shot. Now, you should want to face Syren one on one. You don’t want her running around. Trust me, I know CHBK, I know Dark Fantasy. They’re horrible people! But Alistaire…this was your match and she muscled in!”

Alistaire: “I don’t disagree but…”

Adam looks around.

Adam: “Look. I’m trying to be supportive. You asked that.”

Alistaire: “I know.”

Adam: “Then trust my experience. This is your shot. You should be World Champion. You are a champion. Make Glory pay for muscling in and make Syren realize she shouldn’t be comfortable!”

Alistaire: “In the ring, I shall do just that. I don’t need to use their tactics.”

Adam sighs. He then looks around.

Adam: “Look I don’t have the time to argue with you son, but you need to break that. Break the rules-“

Alistaire: “No! I will not. I will not stoop to Dark Fantasy’s level. I will be true to myself! And I will give these fans someone they can cheer! Just like how I walked to the end of Taking Hold of the Flame being true to me!”

Adam nods.

Alistaire: “And wait…why can’t have the time. We’re going to be going over tape-“

Adam: “Yeah, about that…you should be with Peyton…and yeah…keep that going. I mean…”

Alistaire: “I’m available to her, but she’s going through a tough time. I’m not going to-“

Just then, a blonde shows up and walks over to Adam.

Woman: “Alright! I’m ready! Okay, you told me you were going to tell me what J-Lo’s like. Is her ass really that amazing?”

Alistaire: “Uh…”

Adam turns to Alistaire and whispers to his son.

Adam: “She thinks I’m Pitbull. Play along.”

Adam turns back to the woman.

Adam: “Oh yeah. Hard as a rock. We used to bounce quarters off it. Now, let’s go get some Patron! MR. WORLDWIDE! DALE!”

Adam wraps his arm around the blonde’s shoulders and heads off with him as Alistaire shakes his head. He then turns and he walks over as John Goddard walks over to him.

Goddard: “Your father…”

Alistaire: “He’s…uh…got plans.”

Goddard turns to Alistaire, annoyed.

Goddard: “He still owes me a contest in the ring. I am sick of his dodging.”

Alistaire: “Well…you know what. I will agree to a match for him. I will make sure he’s there. He’s tell me I need to step up. He should too. I refuse to have someone in my corner who won’t be honourable and be a man of their word.”

Goddard scoffs.

Goddard: “Good luck with that boy…but I’ll believe when I see it. He’s not you. At least I know, Peyton sees something in you and I’ll trust that for now. But if you want my advice. You’re a good man. Maybe a bit misguided, but you don’t need your father in your corner.”

Alistaire: “I’m not going to dishonour my father. No matter his flaws. Now Mr. Goddard…if you don’t mind. I’m going to go make sure Peyton is okay.”

Alistaire walks past him as Goddard watches him leave.

Donovan Kayl vs. Dante McCaffery

"Tom Sawyer” by Rush starts to play as the spotlight focuses on the top of the ramp. Immediately, the crowd rise to their feet in a raucous ovation. Stepping out to the top of the ramp is "The Cornerstone" Donovan Kayl. He steps to the side, facing out to the crowd. As he stands atop the ramp, he throws his arm out with each big note of the beginning musical portion. After turning his head to survey the entire crowd, he turns to face the front of the ramp, beginning to walk out towards the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a ten minute time limit. First, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, he is the Cornerstone of Professional Wrestling, Donovan Kayl!”

Kayl keeps his eyes focused on the ring ahead, and with a stoic gaze in his eyes, slaps the hands of a few fans at ringside. Once he gets to the bottom of the ramp, Donovan pulls himself up onto the apron, walking over to the corner. He climbs up onto the second rope, looking out over the crowd, until the next lines hit. Kayl throws his arms up for the roaring crowd, shouting out something that's just impossible to hear outside of the first couple of rows nearby. He hops the top rope into the ring, moving to the middle where he spins once, dropping to a knee and shooting his arms out. He drops his head as the crowd showers the ring with streamers, cascading down around him as he looks at the ring under his knee before raising his head upward slowly.

Sharper: “Donovan Kayl has an opportunity to get some revenge. The Network was paid by Katie Steward to give him some adversity.”

Knots: “Kayl didn’t need it, but Katie did. He’s calling it a career after Rise to Greatness XVI.”

Sharper: “And Katie seems to have taken it upon herself to give Kayl his sendoff. To direct it!”

The opening to "Out of the Black" hits the PA system, drawing boos from the audience. The lights flash with every sound of the drum. Once the bass hits and the song kicks into gear, Dante McCaffery emerges from the curtains with a long black and yellow fur trenchcoat with another black and red jacket underneath. He immediately mouths off to the crowd and scowls. Dante glares at the crowd and shortly after, Savali, LEO and Ms. Budde walk out. Jack has his trademark steel chair in hands as he extends his arms to the crowd before he looks right at the camera. Dante looks around and starts walking down to the ring as Jack, LEO and Savali follow.

Phillips: “His opponent, representing the Network, accompanied to the ring by Savali, LEO and Ms. Budde, from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, he is Dante McCaffery!”

Dante walks down to the ring, giving the fans the "shoo" gesture repeatedly. Budde scowls at the fans. Savali just glares at the camera. LEO doesn't react to anyone as he just walks down to the ring. Dante soon pauses and stares at the audience to his right for a moment. He looks around at the crowd and he says a few things. Budde looks on and pulls Dante to the side. She's is seen whispering something to Dante and the latter nods. Dante then starts walking up the steel steps before turning around, giving the crowd the chance to boo him some more. Dante soon enters the ring. Budde, LEO and Savali look on the outside. Dante soon ascends up the turnbuckle. The crowd boos as McCaffery looks around the crowd. From there, Dante steps down and goes to the corner, where he and Savali talk while Budde and LEO are on the outside.

Sharper: “Dante, of course, not alone. None of that is shocking.”

Knots: “The question is how much of this is just the Network being the Network or is this paid for by Katie!”

The bell sounds and Kayl looks at Dante. Dante just smirks and walks along the apron as Kayl looks at him with disdain. Kayl steps forward as Dante lunges and Kayl kicks him in the ribs. The crowd roars and Kayl forearms him in the jaw and nails him with a chop. The crowd woos. Kayl then pushes Dante to the ropes and fires him off. Dante bounces off and Kayl nails him with a back elbow. Dante pops up and moves to the corner and Kayl follows up and kicks him in the ribs and then again. He whips him across. He runs across and Dante gets an elbow up. Kayl stumbles back and the crowd boos. Dante runs out and Kayl lifts Dante up with a back drop. The crowd cheers as Dante rolls over, holding his back and rolling to the ropes.

Sharper: “Big back drop. Dante already retreating to the ropes!”

Knots: “Kayl came ready to fight. He’s in no mood for whatever may be on tap for him tonight. Whatever may be orchestrated by Katie!”

Dante starts to get up at the ropes and Kayl runs over and clotheslines him up and over the top rope. The crowd boos as we then see Katie Steward stepping out from the back with TJ. Katie snaps at him and the two start to head down the rampway to the ringside area. Kayl drops down to the floor, unaware Katie is on her way down. (1) Dante starts to get up and Kayl grabs him and turns and runs him face first into the barricade. (2) TJ hops onto the apron as Katie goes over to the cameraman by the ramp and grabs him.

Katie: “Make sure you’re tight on him. Gotta make this look good. You’re not getting more shots at this!”

As TJ gets the official’s attention, we then see Savali running over and nailing Kayl with a running body avalanche. We cut to Katie’s cameraman to see Kayl dropped hard.

Katie: “Perfect!”

Savali steps over and walks past Katie and the cameraman. TJ hops down.

Sharper: “Katie coming out to direct I guess as Savali runs Kayl down!”

Knots: “A lot coming at him and he didn’t see it coming!”

Sharper: “Katie making sure to get a good shot. “

Knots: “Trying to take a page out of Donovan’s cousin’s book then!”

Dante grabs Kayl and lifts him up and rolls him into the ring as the official turns back. Dante slides in as Kayl rolls over and Dante gets up and stomps him in the face and then again and again. Kayl rolls over. He slowly gets up and Dante sizes him up and blasts him with a hard right. Kayl falls to the corner. Dante shakes out his hand as the official reprimands him. Katie drags the cameraman over to get a good shot of Kayl’s face in the corner and Dante moves over and nails him with another hard right. Kayl spins out and falls to the ropes. Kayl winces and looks out and a look of annoyance comes over his face before Dante pulls him off and then scoops him up and hits a ribbreaker.

Sharper: “Katie getting another good shot as Dante hoists Kayl down and dumps him across his knee.”

Knots: “And Kayl has been stopped. Kayl’s got now eighty things to think about out here!”

The crowd starts to chant for Kayl as Dante goes for the pin.

Kayl kicks out. Dante then mounts him and nails him with a couple of hard rights. Kayl rolls over as Katie starts to film the crowd, chanting for Kayl. Kayl rolsl over and Dante grabs him and pulls him up and whips him across the ring. Dante then clotheslines him down and then drops down and hooks the leg.

Kayl kicks out again. Dante grabs him and pulls him up. He then knees him in the ribs. He hooks Kayl up and goes for a back suplex, but Kayl backflips through. The crowd roars. Dante steps forward and Kayl grabs him, but Dante elbows him in the jaw. Kayl stumbles back. Dante runs into the ropes, bounces off and Donovan Kayl snaps him down with a powerslam on the rebound.

Sharper: “Huge powerslam. Dante planted!”

Knots: “Kayl’s not going for the pin though!”

Kayl gets up and walks around the ring as Dante holds his lower back and starts to get up. Kayl then runs over and nails him with a dropkick. Dante hits the mat. He stirs and Kayl grabs him and hooks him by the head and hoists him up before throwing him forward. Kayl runs into the ropes, bounces off and nails him with the running knee, completing Point Blank! The crowd roars. Katie points to the ring. Kayl goes for the pin.

The crowd roars and Kayl rolls off and turns to the Network. LEO looks at him and shakes his head as Kayl turns around to Katie who backs up applauding. TJ joins her and Katie smiles before turning and heading to the back.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Donovan Kayl!”

Sharper: “Donovan Kayl succeeding. Katie applauding.”

Knots: “And Network scheming. LEO wanted to get him. I just saw him step up. But I don’t know if he got paid for that.”

Sharper: “He’s not getting in, so you wonder if Katie did make some deal. They’ve been always driven by the almighty dollar.”

Knots: “And do you really want to ruin Katie’s plan? You know what happens when she gets angry!”

Kayl then turns and watches Katie leave to the back as we cut away.

“The Old Me” by Memphis May Fire plays as the crowd roars and the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a shot of Regan Street & Selena Frost vs. Xander Valentine & Damian Angel.

Sharper: “Here we go. Main event next. Huge match.”

Knots: “Both sides hate the other!”

Sharper: “Regan Street and Selena Frost team up to face Xander Valentine and Damian Angel and its next!”

The scene fades to black.

The opening lines of The Rasmus' "Lucifer's Angel" begin to play over the crowd suddenly, without the introduction of the song...

During that verse, Damian Angel steps out onto the top of the ramp , inciting boos from the crowd. He looks at the crowd. In the slight pause between the verse and the chorus, the lights in the arena all turn off, leaving the sight of pitch black. As the chorus strikes up, a red spotlight begins to follow Angel to the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall, for TV time remaining, and is your main event of the evening! First, from Hell, Michigan, he is the Devil Himself, Damian Angel!”

During the chorus, he begin their approach to the ring. By the end of the chorus, Angel has rolled toward the centre of the ring, pulling himself to one knee. Damian runs his hand over the canvas before pounding his right fist down upon the SCW logo, immediately springing to his feet thereafter. Damian unfastens the clasps of his rope, letting it drop down to the mat behind him. He glares out over the crowd. Angel climbs onto the middle rope and outstretches his arms, bringing them together in an 'X' formation as he looks down towards the pits of hell. He repeats this process on the other three sides of the ring, and after the last one he hops off the turnbuckle. He then turns as Selena and Damian Angel look at one another, face to face.

Sharper: “Damian Angel on his way to the ring, ready for this war. It can’t be put any other way.”

Knots: “Yeah, but just think. We’re seeing a New Blood Rebellion revival without it being that. Damian made it clear last week, this is all pragmatic. Not a partnership.”

Sharper: “Xander showed that by powerbombing Giovanni Aries off the stage two weeks ago.”

The feedback over the PA system, as if a jack is plugged into an amplifier rips through the arena. While the noise attracts the attention of the crowd, spotlights, one after another shine down onto the stage. The familiar chords of "The Fade to Black" crackles on the sound system as smoke begins to hover on the stage. A shadow stands behind an illuminated curtain, by this point the crowd already caught up in a frenzy. The song's interlude cuts shorts as the lyrics begin:

As the final line of lyrics play and the song revs up, Xander bursts out behind the curtain onto the stage. He marches out onto the stage to the top of the ramp. Boos starts to hail down on him, but there is some cheers beneath. Behind him emerges a woman, wearing a coat with fur lining. As she stops and positions herself behind Xander, some of her pale flesh is revealed to show the very scandalous outfit beneath. As if she doesn't exist, he stares down at the ring, regardless if occupied or vacant. A serious glare is painted across his weathered face. He starts marching deliberately down the ramp, continuing to stare at the ring.

Phillips: “His partner, hailing out of San Diego, California, accompanied by Artemis, he is SCW’s Executioner, Xander Valentine!”

The song begins to fade out at this point. Xander is at the bottom of the ring steps. He stomps the bottom step several times before moving pass the steps towards the side of the ring. In a single bound, Xander leaps up onto the apron. He poses for a moment, stretching his shoulders as he continues to look into the ring. He raises his arm high into his air, as to promise victory. He garners another response from the crowd. Meanwhile Artemis has left his side, instead moving towards the time keeper to take the position of a watcher. She stands there as if no one else exists but Xander and his opponent. Xander looks over at Artemis for a moment, for the first time acknowledging her existence before leaping over the top rope. He steps over to the corner and prepares for the battle ahead.

Sharper: “Xander Valentine with that woman, Artemis, who we saw defend herself last week.”

Knots: “She’s dangerous too. A lot of moving parts in this one. Selena and Regan better look out.”

The arena goes dark. The sound of a Hellcat scratching through the screen is seen with a roar. Fireworks blast off the entrance as “Who's Next” by Porcelain Black plays throughout the arena. The beautiful and confident Regan Street walks out in her cat suit and ensemble, holding the SCW Adrenaline Championship, with her younger sister, Mikaela behind her.

Phillips: “Their opponents, first, accompanied by Mikaela Street, she is the SCW Adrenaline Champion, the Hellcat, Regan Street!”

She stands at the entrance way looking out into the crowd as they shower her with cheers. Regan turns to Mikaela, they both nod before she looks around at the crowd, and then smirks walking to the ring determined for her next match and starts to make her way down to the ring followed by Mikaela. They get to the ring and stop as the crowd roars.

"BELIEVE IT!"

At the sound of the familiar call, the true-believers are immediately on their feet in cheers as "The Truth About Our Time" by Allen/Lande brings forth a barrage purple-blue lights in the design of snowflakes across the arena. From the back, out walks The Snow Queen, herself, Selena Frost. With a twirl amongst the lights and snowflakes, Frost slowly strolls down the ramp, her platinum-white hair in a long-braid swishing this way and that as the lights bounce off the ice-shard cape she wears.

Phillips: “And her partner, from Nome, Alaska, she is the Snow Queen, Selena Frost!”

Phillips bails from the ring, aware of what may happen in moments. Selena then heads down to the ring and stops next to Regan and Mikaela. Regan and Selena look at one another and then the ring. Both take off their entrance attire before then sliding into the ring. The crowd erupts in cheers as the referee calls for the bell.

Sharper: “And here we go! Selena and Regan diving right in to face Satan and the Executioner!”

Knots: “And the referee is not going to bother with making this start properly. He knows he’ll never fully get order!”

The bell sounds as Regan gets up and nails Damian with a hard right and then another. Selena nails Xander with a shot and then another before Damian rakes the eyes of Regan and Xander knees Selena. Xander pushes her back into the corner and elbows her in the jaw and then again. Damian runs her into the opposite corner. Damian chops Regan. The crowd woos. He chops her again as Xander hits another elbow. Xander then whips Selena across. Damian steps out and Regan moves out of the ring. Selena stops at the corner. Damian grabs Selena, but Selena hits an elbow and a back kick. Damian falls to the mat. Regan warns Xander as Xander runs after Selena. Selena moves out of the way. Xander hits the corner. Regan then holds onto Xander as Selena turns and kicks Xander in the ribs with a hard shoot kick and then another and another before Xander shoves Regan off. She rolls off. Xander then turns and Selena dodges a shot. Xander steps forward and Damian then kicks Selena in the ribs.

Sharper: “Chaos to start. Regan on the floor. Xander is still in the ring.”

Knots: “You going to tell him to get out?”

Sharper: “Good point!”

Damian nails her in the ribs before turning and whipping her across. Selena bounces off and Damian scoops her up and hits a snap sidewalk slam. Xander snaps at Damian to move. Damian does and Xander steps forward and hits an elbow drop. He gets up and the official tells Xander or Damian to leave. Regan then pulls the official out by the legs. Xander and Damian turn back and Selena stirs only for Xander to boot her in the head, knocking her back down as Regan snaps at the official before Regan slides back in.

Sharper: “Regan pulling out the official now.”

Knots: “Clearly she’s making a rational argument!”

Sharper: “She’s back in. I think she told the referee to let them fight!”

Regan enters and turns and nails Xander with a hard right and then nails Damian with one before nailing Xander again and running into the ropes. Xander then boots her in the face. Regan rolls over. She moves to the ropes as Selena starts to pull herself up at the ropes. Xander then turns back to Selena and knees her in the ribs. Selena falls over to the corner. Xander then grabs her and hoists her up onto the top rope. Xander headbutts her as Damian kicks Regan in the ribs. Regan rolls to her back and Damian starts to choke her with his boot. The crowd boos. A mixture of “We Believe!” and “Let’s Go Regan!” chants echo throughout the SAP Pavilion. Regan struggles as the official tries to get Damian off. Xander then grabs Selena again and forearms her. He continues to work over Selena, but Selena reaches forward, grabs Xander’s head and spins through with a tornado DDT. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Selena fights out and drives Xander into the mat with the DDT!”

Knots: “Xander forgot that Selena will fight her ass off!”

Damian turns back and walks over to Selena. Selena gets up and Damian headbutts her. She falls back and Damian grabs her and whips her across the ring. Selena bounces off and Damian goes for a clothesline. Selena ducks under and stops. Regan then runs out and takes Damian down with a Lou Thesz Press. She starts to hammer away on Damian as Selena dives onto Xander and hammers away on him. The crowd explodes in cheers as both tee off. Regan then steps off as Selena follows and the two look around. The crowd cheers some more.

Sharper: “And Selena and Regan, scrapping! They’re on top right now!”

Knots: “Now keep it going!”

Regan and Selena then turn and both grab Xander and slowly lift him up. Selena and Regan look at him before turning and dumping him out of the ring. The crowd cheers as Xander spins through, landing on his hip and rolling over.

Sharper: “Talk about a statement. Xander claiming Regan and Selena have taken his spot and don’t deserve it. They just dumped him out of the ring.”

Knots: “Their ring!”

Damian slowly gets up and Regan and Selena run over and push him into the ropes and fires him off. Damian bounces off and Selena and Regan hit a double dropkick. Regan then rolls over and gets up and hits a leg drop to the head of Damian before getting up and hitting another leg drop. She gets up and hits a third one before Selena turns and climbs up to the top rope. She then dives off with a guillotine leg drop. The crowd roars as Selena goes for the pin.

Damian kicks out. Xander starts to get up as Selena rolls off. Regan keeps watching Xander. She gets Selena’s attention and they nod. Xander gets up on the floor and Selena and Regan run across the ring, bounce off the ropes before both dive through with a tope suicida onto Valentine. The crowd erupts in cheers.

Sharper: “Regan and Selena working like a well-oiled machine and they just took down Xander together!”

Knots: “Selena and Regan taking him out, but Selena will have to do it alone at Rise to Greatness!”

Sharper: “She’ll damn sure try!”

Damian stirs in the ring as Selena and Regan get up and on the floor. They turn to one another and Regan rolls into the ring. Selena turns and sees Xander still getting up.

Sharper: “And Xander still getting up.”

Selena says something to Regan before climbing up to the top rope. The crowd cheers as Xander slowly gets up and looks up and Selena dives off with a moonsault, taking him down again. The crowd cheers. Selena rolls over, holding her ribs. Regan turns back to Damian, smirking and Damian reaches out and rakes her eyes. Regan turns back and Damian chops her in the chest and then again. Damian looks around and shares some anger before grabbing Regan and whipping her into the corner. Damian runs after and Regan gets a knee up. We then see Konrad Raab walking out from the back.

Sharper: “Look who’s joining us!”

Knots: “Konrad Raab...”

The crowd boos as Raab turns away a moment before then starting to storm to the ring. Regan steps out and clotheslines Damian down with a diving clothesline. She starts to get up as Konrad slides into the ring. He gets up as Regan slowly gets up and turns to him. She just scoffs.

Regan: “You find your balls yet. Going to take your shot!”

Konrad looks at her and Damian snaps at Konrad before Konrad kicks Regan in the ribs. The crowd boos. Konrad then clubs her in the back and then again and again. Konrad then hoists her up and hip throws her down. The bell sounds, ending the match. Regan rolls toward the corner as the lights then go out.

Sharper: “Konrad this time going right after Regan! Damian prodding him.”

Knots: “Now what?! Is it Datura?! We saw this last week too!”

The lights remain out for a few moments before we open up to see Regan in the corner, on her knees, and Datura standing over her, almost straddling over her, to protect her. Konrad looks at her as Damian gets up and Datura just shakes her finger. The crowd roars. Selena is on the floor looking in, trying to get into the ring.

Sharper: “It is Datura! And she’s protecting Regan again!”

Regan pushes away from Datura as Datura steps forward and smirks, ignoring Regan as Regan moves back to the corner. Konrad then throws a hard right at Datura, but Datura ducks and then jumps up and nails Konrad with a step up enziguri. Konrad hits the mat and rolls to the floor. Damian looks up at them as Datura turns to him. Damian just smirks and rolls out of the ring. Regan then steps forward and spins Datura around. The two of them look at one another as the crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Datura and Regan eye to eye! I don’t know if Regan appreciated how Datura is protecting her!”

Knots: “She’s made it clear. No one is touching her but her! She returned the favour last week. But here we are again!”

Sharper: “This has been thrown out. Selena returning to the ring!”

Knots: “Xander’s up though!”

Selena steps up onto the apron and Xander grabs Selena by the leg and spins her around and Selena goes to kick him, but Xander blocks it and then pulls her forward via the leg, into his hand before lifting her up again and dropping Selena on the apron with a chokeslam. The crowd ohs and Selena rolls over to the floor. Xander then backs up. Regan turns, moving away from Datura and starts to head to the ropes, but Datura then grabs Regan’s arm, spinning her to Datura. Regan brings her arm up to strike Datura. Datura just smiles. She then touches her chin as the crowd roars. Xander simply looks in the ring with disdain before walking off.

Sharper: “Selena chokeslammed on the apron! Regan went to help, but Datura stopped her!”

Knots: “Datura distracted everyone for Xander to do it!”

Sharper: “Datura wants Regan focusing on her right now and at Rise to Greatness, they’ll compete for the Adrenaline Championship!”

Datura keeps focusing on Regan. Regan seethes looking at Datura. The official checks on Selena as the scene fades to black…
