the SCW Breakdown logo comes back up on the screen.
The scene cuts to the inside
of the Palace in Auburn Hills in Detroit, Michigan. Pyro shoots from both ends
of the stage and towards the middle before back out to the outside and then all
across the stage. Spotlights circle around the arena as the camera pan
throughout the arena, showing the many fans who have filed into the arena
standing and cheering, waving banners, signs, t-shirt and whatever else they
have. The cameras pan for a few moments before cutting to ringside to show Adam
Sharper and Shawn Winters at the announce table.
Sharper: “We are under three
weeks away from Rise to Greatness! Breakdown is here at the Palace of Auburn
Hills, the home of the Detroit Pistons. Adam Sharper here
with Shawn Winters and as we get closer to the big night, some big matches
taking place here tonight.”
The Breakdown logo comes up
and we see a shot of Selena Frost and then a shot of Jake Starr before showing
both.
Winters: “That’s right and two
and a half weeks from now, she may be a bald, bloody mess, but tonight, she
faces off against Jake Starr in our main event.”
Sharper: “Two former
Adrenaline Champions going at it. We’re also going to see Syren face off
against Shaya Blackley and I’m sure Monarchy, especially Kelcey Wallace may be
watching that.”
Winters: “And we’re in Ravyn
Taylor’s home state so you wonder what she’s planning tonight.”
“Rebel Son” by CFO$ plays
throughout the arena .....
“God Save Our Queen”….
The lights go out.....
The video package plays on the Tron of the Union Jack waving while showing
Lucas Knight, Trinity Street, Chris Cannon and finally Kelcey Wallace all
posing in front of the camera before the chorus plays on the entrance theme, it
then starts to play each of them in action performing their finishers on
various opponents while still showing the Union Jack waving…
A single spotlight shines in the entranceway as Chris Cannon, Lucas Knight and
Trinity Street come out.
The three pose in front of the entranceway looking out to the fans stoically
while a chorus of boos rain down on them. A shower of fireworks streams down
behind them before they slowly make their way to the ring.
Sharper: “Monarchy coming out
to the ring. Trinity Street, Lucas Knight, the SCW Tag Team
Champions. Chris Cannon…but where is Kelcey Wallace.”
Winters: “I don’t know, but
I’m sure we may find out.”
Lucas Knight enters the ring
and holds the ropes open for Trinity Street who then walks around the ring.
Chris Cannon enters last as Lucas steps away from the ropes, allowing Cannon to
enter. He walks around the ring and Trinity Street is handed a microphone. She
takes it and smiles as she walks around the ring. Lucas walks over to her as
does Cannon. They speak a bit amongst each other before the music fades out.
Trinity then turns to the crowd and looks around.
Trinity: “I knew that the
sophistication and arrogance in the air was not just from the fact that we had
the smell of Ravyn Taylor’s destruction on Kelcey’s hands….literally….It was
because we had come to the finest example of failure in the United States of
America in Detroit, Michigan.”
The crowd boos as Trinity
Street looks around. Cannon just smirks.
Trinity: “And I hope that
Ravyn realizes that last week was merely a taste of what will happen in
eighteen days when Kelcey smacks down your pathetic hope for a challenge,
knocks Kennedy Street out of the way and then shows why she will Rise to
Perfection this year at Rise to Greatness.”
Trinity pauses as the crowd
boos again.
Trinity: “And Kelcey will have
more to say to you later, Ravyn….and Kennedy, don’t worry, she’s got plenty for
you too.”
Trinity looks around as the
crowd boos some more and a faint “Ravyn!” chant against starts to echo. Trinity
just smirks and looks around and shakes her head.
Trinity: “We are this close to
Canada, so no wonder they cheer for horrible people.”
Lucas says something to
Trinity who just laughs and Trinity then continues.
Trinity: “But fortunately,
Ravyn, we’ll let you fight one battle because while you’re still US Champion,
we’ll leave you with that for now because we have other matters to turn our
attention to. Namely, my ex-husband who continues to show he is incapable of
making correct decisions.”
Trinity shakes his head as
Lucas chuckles.
Trinity: “Last week Simon, you
could’ve sat in the back, minded yourself, maybe even spent some time with your
current trollop and been happy, but you had to come out to the ring after Lucas
and I gave a quick reminder to Shilo Valiant not to mess with us….And more
importantly, you did it after that snake CHBK slithered away. We’re not done
with him, but I guess we just have to do things a bit of an odd way around.
I’ll have to get my closure with you first and Simon, by being stupid enough to
come back out to the ring, I’ve got a simple solution. I’m going to end your
career.”
The crowd boos.
Trinity: “Since you went and
ruined our marriage…I’ll ruin your life. And again, you make a bad choice. The
only difference is unlike your rampant alcoholism and sleeping around with my
cousin, you won’t be redeeming yourself from this one….”
Lucas then comes over to
Trinity and stops her before then asking for the mic. Trinity hands it to Lucas
as the crowd boos.
Lucas: “Well hold up there
Trin. See, I have a hell of an idea. Because I don’t know if you remember, but
it seems like the company that Simon keeps isn’t that great either and frankly,
they aren’t that much better at making decisions if the hype for his new snots
are any indication. I think we should take this opportunity to remove both
Simon Lyman and Donovan Kayl from any sort of relevancy. I mean you get your
closure…and I get to knock around an sanctimonious ass.
I think that’s a hell of a plan.”
The crowd boos as Trinity
nods, approvingly.
Lucas: “So I’m gonna make this
even easier. So Simon Lyman can feel he’s doing something honourable instead of
just showing how jealous he is that his ex-wife moved on and to something far
better…I say we also put our World Tag Titles on the line and we may as well
check off another box and that’s being dominant champions.”
The crowd boos.
Lucas: “I think that’s a hell
of an idea. Simon….Donovan…your move.”
Lucas turns and tosses the
microphone towards Phillips. He manages to catch it as Lucas Knight backs up
and turns to Trinity. The two kiss before Cannon says something to them. Lucas
just laughs as they start to make their exits.
Sharper: “Trinity, still
angry. Lucas Knight taking the initiative. Will
Standing Room Only accept and will Mr. D approve?”
Winters: “Sounds like a hell
of a match to me. But I’m wondering what Kelcey Wallace is doing? She’s got a
message for Kennedy and Ravyn. Better be good.”
Sharper: “I’m not crazy about
the fact that she’s not with Monarchy and with how intense things are getting
between Ravyn Taylor, Kelcey Wallace and Kennedy Street, that’s concerning.”
Winters: “But exciting!”
The crowd boos Monarchy as
they continue on their way towards the back. Cannon leads the way as Trinity
and Lucas walk behind him as we cut away.
COMMERCIAL:
We return to Breakdown and we
see Jessica Winters standing outside of the locker room of Standing Room Only.
We see Donovan Kayl and Simon Lyman standing next to Jessica.
Jessica: “Welcome back to
Breakdown. To open up tonight’s event, we heard from Monarchy and Monarchy made
it clear. They challenged the two men standing next to me, Donovan Kayl and
Simon Lyman for a World Tag Team Championship match at Rise to Greatness. They
stressed closure for Trinity and essentially, a good time for Lucas. Donovan,
Simon….your response?”
Donovan Kayl looks at Simon.
Simon just nods as Jessica turns to him.
Simon: “There’s a lot of talk
from Trinity about closure. A lot of talk about poor
decisions. This…this was a poor decision by them. But if she wants
closure, I want the same. I want to move forward with everything and if Trinity
needs to hang onto all of that anger, fine…but I can at least do something for
myself and offer my chance at some closure too. And Donovan, I don’t know what
you had planned. But if you’re willing to stand by me, we can maybe remind
Trinity Street and Lucas Knight what one of the most decorated teams in wrestling
history can do.”
Simon turns to Donovan.
Donovan turns to him.
Donovan: “I told you I’d have
your back through this all. If it means that I have to help you get a monkey
off your back and a chip off someone’s shoulder, I’ll happily do it. Plus, if Lucas
Knight thinks kicking my ass will be that easy…he’s seen nothing yet.”
Donovan Kayl then holds his
hand up as Simon Lyman high-fives it. They hold their hands up as the crowd
cheers as the camera focuses on it. We cut back to ringside.
Sharper: “That’s as definitive
an acceptance as possible.”
Winters: “They’re geared up.
But what’s going to happen when the tensions drop a bit and they need to
realize what they may be getting into.”
Sharper: “Well we still need
to hear from management, but that may be just be a
formality at this point.”
Freddie Collins vs. Andrew Raynes
The arena goes dark as the
opening to "Face Everything and Rise" hits the speakers. The crowd
erupts into cheers as green lights dim around the entrance ramp as its surrounded with light smoke. After the intro kicks in,
the lights turn into a green aura, we see Andrew Raynes slowly starts rising up
through the entrance ramp. His head tilted downwards and his hands together in
front of him. He stands there for a few seconds still looking downward, getting
himself prepared. Afterwards he then looks up; looking
focused, and then pounds his chest, his left fist on his right shoulder and his
right fist over his left shoulder and lets out a roar before heading down the
ramp.
Phillips: “Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one
fall and has a fifteen minute time limit. First, on his way to the ring,
hailing from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, he is Andrew Raynes!”
He walks down, still looking focused; he's slaps hands with a few fans as he
gets closer to the ring and the stairs. He hops up onto the apron and through
the ropes, the makes his way over towards the turnbuckle, leaps up onto the
middle rope and raises his fists to the crowd to thunderous applause. He hops
off and walks over towards the other corner where he gets himself ready for the
match.
Sharper: “Two speedsters about
to go at it tonight. Andrew Raynes looking to rebound after a tough loss to
James Evans, but that’s not all.”
Winters: “There are some
rumours that he may be up for a title shot coming up. The question is where. Is
it going to be with Amy Chastaine or by himself?”
The arena goes dark as the
screens light up and a union jack flag flickers across them as
"Underdog" by You Me At Six hits the
speakers. The curtains part as the vocalist kicks in and out runs Freddie
Collins, rushing straight out to one side of the stage where he throws his arms
in the air to a moderate cheer. He then rushes the other side of the stage,
once again throwing his arms up before making it back to the middle of the
stage in time for the songs chorus to kick in where he looks around a little
before bolting down to the ring.
Phillips: "Ladies and gentlemen, making his way to the ring from London,
England and now fighting out of Malibu, California; he weighed in earlier
tonight at two hundred and one pounds and stands at six feet even. Please
welcome, Freddie, COLLINS!"
Freddie slides under the bottom rope feet first and leaps straight back up to
his feet, rushing at the nearest corner where he hops up onto the middle rope
and holds his arms aloft again before dropping down and making his way over to
the referee to shake the man's hand before settling back in the corner ready
for the start of the match.
Sharper: “Freddie Collins has
been bounced around, but shown flashes of brilliance. The man can fly. That’s
for sure.”
Winters: “But he lacks a
certain common sense. The kid takes unnecessary risks. I get if you want to do
stupid things, but in the big time here, you need to pick your spots. Strapping
fireworks to your head may seem flashy at the time, but it’s a stupid idea!”
Collins looks at Rayne as the
bell sounds. The two briefly touch hands, more as a quick sign of respect. They
circle around one another before moving in for a grapple. Raynes quickly turns
into a side headlock. He pulls back on the head of Collins as Collins starts to
pull Rayne to the ropes. He first him across. Raynes
bounces and Collins goes for a clothesline. Raynes ducks and spins around.
Collins turns and goes to grab Raynes, but Raynes turns and arm drags him over.
Collins gets up. Raynes arm drags him again. Collins gets back up and Raynes
jumps up and grabs the arm with a leg scissors. He tries to lock in an armbar,
but Collins blocks it and stacks up Raynes.
1!
2!
Raynes kicks out and the crowd
ohs a bit. Both men
get up and Collins jumps up and hits a dropkick, knocking Raynes down and
Raynes rolls to the apron and then to the floor.
Sharper: “Raynes showing the
experience with a hell of a hold early on, but Collins showing his quick
thinking.”
Winters: “And that’s the
thing. That’s a good shot to take.”
Sharper: “Collins may be the
faster one, but Raynes has a wealth of experience over Freddie Collins.”
Winters: “And wait a
minute…Collins thinking of flying here.”
Collins looks at Raynes on the
floor and Collins turns and runs across the ring. He bounces off the other side
and goes to run over to the ropes. He goes to jump up, but Raynes hops onto the
apron and forearms him. Collins stumbles back. Rayne slingshots into the ring
and runs past Collins. Collins turns around and Raynes nails him with a diving
crossbody into a pin.
1!
2!
Freddie kicks out. He rolls
over and gets up and Raynes gets up and grabs his arm. He chops his chest. The
crowd woos. Raynes then chops Freddie again. More woos. He then pulls him in
for a clothesline, but Freddie ducks and runs into the ropes. He jumps to the
middle rope and spins through into a forearm shot. Raynes hits the mat. He gets
up and Freddie jumps up and hits a flying clothesline. He rolls through and to
the apron. Raynes stirs and rolls over to his stomach. Collins
springboards to the top rope from the apron and hits a diving splash to
his back.
Sharper: “Collins from the
top! Springboard maneuver.”
Winters: “And right to the
lower back. Not only hurts, but it can screw up your strength. Trust me, I
know.”
Raynes holds his back as
Collins gets up. Raynes gets to his hands and knees and Collins kicks him in
the shoulder and then the back of the leg. Raynes winces and kneels up and
Collins lifts him up and then scoops him up and slams him down. He then turns
and backs up to the corner before turning around and handspringing forward and
into a standing moonsault. The crowd ohs. He goes for
another pin.
1!
2!
Raynes kicks out. He turns and
Collins grabs him. He then slowly lifts him up and clubs him in the back. He
then spins him around and whips him into the ropes. Raynes bounces off and
Collins goes for a clothesline. Raynes ducks and bounces off the other side.
Collins turns around and Raynes spins around him and hooks his arms before
throwing him back into a crucific driver into a pin. The crowd roars as Raynes
keeps him down for the pin.
Sharper: “Syndication! Hooks
the legs and drives him down!”
1!
2!
Collins just kicks out in
time. The crowd ohs. Collins rolls over, holding his
head and neck in pain and Raynes grabs him and hooks him up before dragging him
out. He then spins him out of a half nelson and into a forearm. Raynes then
pushes his head down and places it between his legs. He looks around and hoists
him up and falls back with a reverse powerbomb. Collins holds his face in pain
and Raynes turns and waits for him to get up.
Sharper: “Collins dazed,
driven face first into the mat.”
Winters: “These two have gone
at a hundred miles and hour. I’m surprised there aren’t more possible broken
teeth.”
Sharper: “Raynes waiting for
Collins to get up. He may be looking to plant him here.”
Raynes then grabs him from
behind. Raynes lifts him up and drops him with a back suplex into a
backbreaker. Raynes rolls over and looks around as the crowd cheers. He then
exits to the apron and climbs up to the top rope. Raynes gets to the top and
turns to Collins only for Collins to get up and fall into the ropes. Raynes
lands hard, crotching himself on the top rope. The crowd ohs.
Collins then walks over to him. He nails him with a punch to the jaw only to
grab him by the head. He then walks out and drops him with the Brain Chemistry.
The crowd ohs. Raynes rolls over. Collins hooks the
leg.
1!
2!
3!
The crowd cheers as Collins
rolls off. He looks out and takes a few breathes before getting up. The referee
raises his arm. Collins smiles and walks over to the ropes behind him. He leans
onto them and looks around before starting to celebrate.
Sharper: “Collins wins this
great battle two these two quick highfliers.”
Winters: “Raynes nearly had
him but Collins found that last moment second wind and took advantage.”
Collins celebrates a bit
longer as we then cut backstage.
We open up backstage and we go
to the backstage interview area to see Spirit Dansby at the camera.
Spirit: “Please welcome at
this time….Christy Matthews.”
The crowd actually boos a bit
as Christy Matthews comes into view with Pete Ebdon standing behind her. Spirit
Dansby turns to her.
Spirit: “Christy, last week
Merrick Wiseman accused you of being the woman responsible for costing Autumn
Valentine the Women’s Championship. You then immediately left the ring and
refused comment. Tonight, is there anything you’d like to say regarding these
accusations?”
Christy looks down before
taking a deep breath and looking right at the camera.
Christy: “I’m not going to
hide it. I was the one who interfered that night. I don’t think it’s any
secret, at least backstage, I’m a bit frustrated. I main evented Rise to
Greatness a few years ago, but now I feel rudderless. But with Autumn, she regained the Women’s Championship from me, after
I offered her a rematch. I suppose I thought I deserved a shot before Quinne
got hers and Autumn made no effort to get that done.
And a few weeks ago, I had a moment of weakness and cost my best friend
something she held dearly. For that I’m sorry, for everything else, I’m not.
It’s up to Autumn if she wants to forgive me or kick
my ass. Just know that if it’s the second, I’m not going to just take it.”
Christy pauses for a moment.
Christy: “And if she doesn’t
forgive me…I’m going to use something Pete told me a long time ago…never waste
an opportunity. And I’m not going to waste it.”
Just then, we see Quinne
applauding as she comes into view. The
crowd boos more. Christy just glares at her.
Quinne: “I think I should
thank you then…Autumn loses another friends because of
her selfishness. If you want…we could even dress you up in our colours and you
can really let her know how you feel.”
Christy: “Alexis…I’ll still
kick your ass if given the chance too.”
Quinne: “Well then…How about I
give you that shot Autumn didn’t want. Oh wait…I’m not
dumb like you.”
Christy then steps forward and
goes to nail Quinne, but Quinne blocks it and the two of them push back and
forth on one another as the crowd roars. PUNK HAZARD then comes into view and
pulls Quinne back as Ebdon pulls Christy back. Spirit backs up as the crowd
roars. Christy is pulled back and stops before turning and glaring at Quinne.
Quinne just laughs as PUNK HAZARD stands behind her.
COMMERCIAL:
The beginning riff to
"Twinge" begins blaring through the PA system and the crowd begins
booing as the arena lights begin to flicker along with the beat of the music.
Out from behind the curtain comes James Evans, decked out in black hoodie, with
the hood over his head, walking slowly. James keeps his eyes focused on the
ring.
Sharper: “What is James Evans
doing out here? He’s not scheduled to be out here. He was in action earlier
tonight prior to the show went on the air…”
Winters: “Maybe he’s lost. I
mean he’s not surrounded by his guards. He ready to show
too.”
James stands outside of the
ring, keeping his hands in the pockets of his hoodie. He then turns and stares
out at the crowd, flipping them off, earning quite a bit of boos. He smirks
before he slides in underneath the bottom rope. James slowly stands up, then
walks to the opposite corner and climbs the top rope, then snaps at Jason
Phillips. Phillips steps over and immediately hands him the microphone. James
just looks at him and smirks before hopping down. He looks at him.
Evans: “Good…you’re learning.
Next time, hand it to me in this ring…”
The crowd boos as James Evans
turns back to the middle of the ring. He looks around at the Detroit crowd and
scoffs before continuing to speak.
Evans: “I hope people are
realizing I’m not going anywhere. I’m not going to be pushed aside and in fact,
I’m going to be doing the pushing.”
Evans pauses again as the
crowd boos.
Evans: “Merrick Wiseman won’t
be doing his pathetic brand of justice against me. I’ll swat him down. Maybe
more ways than one….Jake Starr…he’s bush league compared to what I’m capable of
and I hope that he got the hint. He can keep swinging his chair against
Wiseman. I’m going to instead just make clear that I should be challenging for
the World Title. And you know what…someone’s making that a bit easier to
prove.”
Evans smirks as he shakes his
head and walks around the ring.
Evans: “See, last week, I saw
one of the so-called big stars…hell, he’s the Best of the Best. Won the tournament and everything. And then last week, I saw
him out here with his balls tucked up into his chest, nearly choking on them as
he sat there and pleaded with Syren to accept his challenge. A Supreme
Champion, someone who is a sure-fire Hall of Famer pleading for something other
than his life….I can’t think of anything more pathetic.”
The crowd boos.
Evans: “Then again, for all we
know, Syren may have pictures of David already on his knee from when they were
dating. We’re just waiting for the Inquisitor to dig them up. But that’s
fine…all that proved to me is that if David…he’s not even a champion anymore.
He’s a pawn for one hormonal bitch in Regan Street…and he’s hoping to God he
can keep the cats from fighting….”
Sharper: “Come on…we apologize
for the derogatory terms of James Evans.”
Evans looks around.
Evans: “But that’s fine,
David. Plead all you want. Hell, maybe you even did the dishes at both of their
houses to make sure you actually get to second base tonight. I don’t know. I
don’t care. I just see one of the so-called greats in this company being a
total bitch. If you’re not pleading for your life or career in this ring, you
shouldn’t be pleading at all. If you are still pleading, you don’t deserve to
be in my way. And so I’ll not only remove you David, but I’m going to just put
you out of your misery. We don’t need to have this stupid retirement count when
it’s clear that you’re a shell of the man you were….”
The crowd boos as James Evans
looks around.
Evans: “But I’ll give you one
last night to let your balls drop and show that you still can stand for
yourself. Come out to this ring later tonight….No, D…I’m not going to be happy
with being on the little dark match before the show. I’m out here when the
lights are on bright as I’m the only thing around here that they’re worth
shining down on. So David…come on down when I make my
way out later and Helms….I’ll retire you tonight.”
Evans drops the mic. He then
smirks as he throws up his hoodie. He then walks over to the ropes and steps
out of the ring. “Twinge” starts to play as the crowd boos.
Sharper: “James Evans,
eighteen days before Rise to Greatness, is calling out David Helms…”
Winters: “Going to take the
flame…just in a different way.”
Sharper: “And I don’t see
Helms backing down from a fight.”
James Evans continues on his
way to the back. He takes a few more steps before we then see his henchmen, the
three men who helped him attack Jake Starr last week, walk
out on the stage. Evans smirks as he walks over to them.
Sharper: “And those men who
were with James Evans are here…”
Winters: “Explains why Jake
Starr didn’t take his shot.”
James Evans smiles as he walks
up to them and nods before the four return to the back and the scene cuts away.
We open up backstage to see
the back entrance of the building and Anthony Wallace walking into the building.
The crowd roars seeing him. He looks around before continuing on his way down
the hallway.
Sharper: “That’s Anthony
Wallace! We saw Nicole Kinneck abducted by Vixen Cain two weeks ago. Is he
coming for Cain?”
Winters: “I’d think so. We
haven’t seen him since the Best of the Best Tournament and he looks ready for
business.”
Sharper: “Things just got
interesting here.”
The scene fades to black and
Anthony Wallace continues to walk down one of the hallways, scanning the area.
COMMERCIAL:
We open up with a shot of the outside of the BC Place
before suddenly cutting to a wide shot of Vancouver as if from a satellite and
we see the Rise to Greatness logo.
“Rise to Greatness 2015
18 Days Away!”
The words continue to play on the screen for a few
moments before we cut away.
Derek Adonis vs. Stacy Kissinger
The lighting completely turns
off inside the arena and only the SCWtron is lit. It shows a set of deep brown
eyes. It slowly zooms out to show the face of Stacy Kissinger. Some people pop
in the crowd. The SCWtron zooms out even further until her entire frame can be
seen before if zooms back in real fast to just show Stacy’s face. Her eyes
blink and then close and the SCWtron goes to black.
But it's not a few seconds before the beginning of "Fight Song" by
Rachel Platten is heard. A small bit of fog rolls out onto the stage and the
familiar figure of Stacy Kissinger steps out and through the fog. The stage
lights come on so everyone can see her holding a microphone, wearing a yellow
and medium slate blue colored robe around her, the colors of Adrenaline Rush.
She doesn't sing, but she does remove herself from the foggy stage and descends
down the ramp as she looks around the arena a little bit, gently smiling.
Stacy completes her walk to the ring and slides in. She then stands up and goes
to the center of the ring and slowly spins herself around so she can view the
entire arena. She then removes the robe from around her, pats a patch of each
color that is on the robe before placing it on her corner's turnbuckle,
revealing that she has on a short frilly black skirt and a red halter top that
states "Feel The Rush", in yellow, on the
front.
Stacy then hears a few boos from the crowd, obviously from her critics. She
shrugs her shoulders and looks back to the stage, which is when one line of
pyro goes off while her entrance music is coming to an end. While it does,
Stacy turns her attention to the match that she's about to face as she goes to
the corner of the ring where her Adrenaline Rush colored robe is. She places
her special personalized microphone down in the corner. She then warms up for
the match that she's about to take part in.
Sharper: “Kissinger last week
stepped up and helped the Adrenaline Rush, preventing them from getting
potentially injured by Dante McCaffery and Dylan Howell.”
Winters: “She may be a
horrible singer, but she apparently isn’t a liar. She did look out for their
best interests last week.”
LADIES – YOUR ADONIS IS HERE!
The opening horns of “Weird Al” Yankovic’s “Wanna B Ur Lovr” begin to play out
over the crowd, meaning the crowd is about to be “graced” by the presence of a
living love machine – the man known as Derek Adonis!
And there he is! Stepping out amidst spotlights of every colour of the rainbow,
the man’s outfit radiates light against a few blacklights slipped in, and he is
completely oblivious to his detractors, basking in the glow of the spotlight as
he begins his sensual stride towards the ring.
If you’re so inclined, you should check out the lyrics to the song that Adonis
is entering to, because they really paint their own tapestry almost as well as
the man himself is able to, stopping at various points on his walk down towards
the ring to hit on some of the more attractive females in the area – without
caring about the potential of boyfriends, husbands or security. He’ll take
their hand, whisper sweet nothings to them (and, if you’ve seen girls at shows
put in this kind of embarrassing situation, these do the same as all of them –
and just laugh) and plant his lips ever so gently upon said hand before moving
farther down the ramp.
As the chorus comes around, Adonis steps up the ramp, taking each step with
added emphasis. He gets onto the apron and after winking at a particularly
friendly female (probably the most receptive to advances of earlier), pulls
himself through the ropes. He gyrates just a little bit in the ring (it’s
better than his twerking – trust me) as his music fades.
Sharper: “Meanwhile, Derek
Adonis has some history with Stacy Kissinger. They were a team for a brief
period of time before Kissinger focused on Adrenaline Rush.”
Winters: “I thought they were
a hell of a couple. Kissinger finally had someone that could tolerate her!”
The bell sounds as Kissinger
turns to Adonis who just holds his hands out to his sides and yells out
“KABLAM!” Kissinger shakes her head as Adonis tries to woo her, a bit, dancing
a bit as he starts to circle around and Kissinger turns and kicks him in the
ribs. The crowd roars. Adonis stumbles back as Kissinger forearms him in the
side of the head. She forearms him again and Adonis falls over to the corner.
Kissinger forearms him again and again before pushing him into the corner.
Kissinger forearms him a couple more times before the referee moves in for the
break.

Kissinger lifts her hands up
and backs up as Adonis covers up and looks at her. He then yells out “KABLAM!”
Some crowd members roar and Kissinger moves back in, but Adonis grabs her and
spins her into the corner and nails her with a back elbow.
Sharper: “Adonis spins
Kissinger into the corner. He’s certainly gotten under her skin.”
Winters: “That’s you need to
have a tough one in that ring. Any advantage you give a good opponent, it’s
going to hurt.”
Sharper: “Derek Adonis is a
bit of an odd one. I’m not sure if I’d call him a good opponent, dangerous
yes.”
Winters: “Same damn thing.”
Adonis elbows Kissinger again.
Kissinger walks along the ropes and Adonis grabs her and spins her around
before scooping her up and turning and slamming her in the middle of the ring.
Kissinger holds her back and starts to get up. Adonis kicks her in the ribs as
she starts to get up and he scoops her up and slams her again. Adonis turns and
runs into the ropes. He bounces off and goes for an elbow drop, but Kissinger
moves out of the way. Adonis slowly gets up, and pulls down his shirt.
Kissinger jumps up and dropkicks him down. Adonis starts to get back up.
Kissinger grabs him and pulls him up and cuffs him in the back of the head.
Kissinger then spins him around before hooking his head. She then hits a DDT. Kissinger goes for the pin.

Adonis kicks out. Kissinger
rolls off. She then starts to get up. Adonis slowly rolls over.
Sharper: “Kissinger gets the
DDT, but only a two count.”
Winters: “Imagine if these two
had stayed a team, possible Tag Team Title contenders! Or at the very least,
Kissinger could have someone to help her take Amy Chastaine out!”
Adonis gets up and Kissinger
clubs him in the back and then again. She turns and runs into the ropes. She
bounces off and Kissinger goes for a clothesline. Adonis ducks and Kissinger
turns around. Adonis then runs into the ropes. Kissinger steps forward and
Adonis nails her with a flying shoulder tackle. Both get up and Adonis catches
her and hooks her up and hits a back suplex. Adonis slowly gets up and turns
and runs into the ropes. He yells out “KABLAM!” again before going for a
jumping splash, but Kissinger gets her knees up. Adonis rolls over, holding his
ribs. He then starts to slowly get up and Kissinger runs into the ropes,
bounces off and hits a spinning heel kick. The crowd roars. Adonis rolls over.
He then slowly pulls himself back up. Kissinger then gets up and grabs him by
the head before dropping him down with the Kiss of the Future. The crowd
cheers.
Sharper: “And Kissinger plants
Derek Adonis face first into the mat.”
Winters: “Face just went
Ka-splat.”
Kissinger hooks the leg.

The crowd roars. Kissinger
rolls off and starts to get up as “Fight Song” starts to play. She looks around
as the official raises her arm. Kissinger looks back at Derek Adonis as he
holds his forearm in pain and slowly rolls over. Kissinger watches him for a
few moments before stepping through the ropes and dropping down to the floor. She then turns and starts to head to the back.
Sharper: “That’s that…moving
past Derek Adonis. Gets the win.”
Winters: “Nothing fancy. Gets it done. How more should do it!”
Kissinger continues on her way
to the back as Adonis continues to wince and grimace in pain. We then cut to
the back.
We open up backstage to see
Spirit Dansby outside of the locker room of Autumn Valentine. Gable Winchester
stands with her.
Spirit: “I am here backstage
with Autumn Valentine who has Gable Winchester with her…we heard from Christy
earlier tonight. How will you respond?”
Autumn looks down and then
turns to Gable. Gable just nods and Autumn turns back
to Spirit.
Autumn: “At this point, I
don’t really have much to say. I still have to figure out what the appropriate
response to one’s friend stabbing them in the back. Will I want a match against
her? Will I want to just move on. I don’t know. But
right now…I just have more thinking to do. Sorry if that’s not a great
response….but I’m not going to just blurt out whatever I feel like right
now….Christy doesn’t deserve that. That’s how she did what she did.”
Autumn then turns to Gable.
Gable then walks off with her as Spirit watches her leave. We then cut away.
COMMERCIAL:
We open up backstage and we
see Merrick Wiseman walking through the backstage area and looking around. He
turns and heads over to the Women’s locker room and knocks on the door. He
waits a few moments before the door opens. Angelica Waters pokes her head out.
Waters: “Yes? Please tell me
you don’t have more questions.”
Wiseman: “No…no….is Celestia
Lockeheart here?”
Waters: “No, she wasn’t booked
tonight and SCW gave her the night off.”
Wiseman: “Damn….Alright, well,
I know who attacked her, that’s all. I’ll just have to figure out another way
to let her know.”
Waters: “Whatever.”
Waters turns and closes the
door. Wiseman turns and walks off.
Sharper: “Wiseman knows? Well,
he may have had his issues with justice, but he’s certainly proving an able
investigator.”
Winters: “Yeah, but then
again, who the hell is it? Are we going to have to wait until next week?”
Brittany Lohan & Rachel Foxx
vs. Kordy & Dawn Lohan
"Ms Hyde" by
Halestorm echoes from the loud speaker.
The arena goes pitch black. A single red spotlight shines at the top of the
stage. Dawn Lohan makes her way out with Kordelia Price standing behind her.
Something about Dawn stand out, she's wearing a red helmet, her mouth is covered, only her eyes can be vaguely seen. Dawn and Kordy
continue their slow trek to the ring, the red spotlight following them the
entire way. Kordy walks up the ring steps first, followed by Dawn. Kordy holds
the ropes open so Dawn can enter, once they are both inside the ring the lights
come back on. Dawn lowers her head. With her arms outstretched, Kordy removes
the hood from Dawn's face. Upon lifting her head back up we catch a full
glimpse of the white eyes Dawn and Blood Grove are known for. Kordy then turns
and steps around Dawn and waits.
Sharper: “Sharper: “Blood
Grove ready in this one. You have to wonder how close is Red
Rayne, Matt Auclair…even Blitzkrieg.”
Winters: “After last week when
Rachel Foxx clearly wasn’t joining Rayne. She busted her open instead. There
could be blood on her mind.”
Sharper: “And this match is
interesting if only for the fact that Brittany Lohan and Rachel Foxx will be
teaming together….the former Hell’s Belles members teaming for the first time
in a long time.”
"I Am Machine" by
Three Days Grace blasts over the loudspeakers as the lights in the arena go out
and the fans instantly start to boo heavily when they recognize whose theme
song it is. Just a spotlight focuses on the curtains of the entrances the clips
once again fades away into the words that read: “Bleeding you is more than just
torment.”
Brittany Lohan slips through the curtain like a slithering snake. She stands at
the top of the ramp and she looks at everything, but relaxed as her whole body
is tensed looking like she’s ready to strike at the drop of a dime like a
coiled cobra. Her icy eyes pan around the arena and the fans closest to the
ramp and she snarls at a few of them get a little too vocal with her. However,
the moment that her eyes catch the glimpse of the ring she shuts the fans out and turns all of her attention to the squared
circle.
With clenched fists, gritted teeth, and glaring icy eyes, Brittany Lohan starts
to make her way down to the ring methodically. Lohan is taking slow, calculated,
but powerful steps towards the ring. Her icy glare is so fixated on the ring
that it would seem to appear that she doesn’t realize that the arena is nearly
sold out. The way that she looks right now it might as well be empty for all
she cares.
As she nears the squared circle, Lohan slows down to a snails pace as Kordy
then suddenly runs forward and slides under the bottom rope. The crowd roars.
Sharper: “And Kordy going
right for Brittany Lohan. Dawn staying in the ring though.”
Winters: “Well she had enough
waiting, Kordy that is.”
Sharper: “And we know Kordy
and Brittany have some level of history. Kordy has been in glee about this
match all week if her Twitter is anything to go by.”
Kordy nails Brittany with a
hard right and Brittany nails her. The crowd roars as they trade few shots back
and forth. Kordy manages to reach up and rake the eyes of Brittany. She
staggers back as Dawn then runs over and hits a baseball slide to the side of
Brittany’s head. She falls over as the crowd ohs and boos. Kordy just smiles as
she walks over to Brittany and pulls her up by her hair. Brittany winces a bit
before Kordy spins her around and into the side of the ring. Dawn yells at her
to get Brittany into the ring. Kordy looks at her before then starting to lift
Brittany onto the apron and slowly into the ring. She rolls over. Kordy pulls
herself up and rolls into the ring.
Sharper: “Brittany Lohan
rolled into the ring by Kordy and now Dawn joining in on the assault on her
sister.”
Winters: “Where the hell is Foxx?
Or even Rachel Tatum Lee?”
Dawn moves over and stomps
Brittany a couple of times as the crowd boos. Kordy gets up and does the same.
They each take some shots on Brittany as the crowd boos. Brittany falls to the
corner. Kordy gets a couple more stomps in before asking Dawn to back up. Dawn
backs up, allowing Kordy to have her way. Kordy then smiles as she rubs her
hands and jogs around the ring. She then runs at Brittany, as she stirs and
Brittany suddenly pulls herself up and nails Kordy with a vicious clothesline.
The crowd erupts in cheers. Dawn turns and Brittany turns to her as she steps
forward and grabs her by the throat and hits a choke throw, throwing her across
the ring. Brittany then turns and looks around before snapping at the referee
to start the match. The referee double checks with Brittany
who snaps at him. He calls for the bell and the bell sounds.
Sharper: “Brittany Lohan
telling the referee to ring the bell. Rachel Foxx not down here, but that’s not
going to stop her.”
Winters: “Well she better work
fast. It is two against one and one is her sister. And the other wants to
destroy her.”
Brittany turns and heads over
to Kordy and stomps her in the back of the head. She rolls over before Brittany
runs at Dawn as she gets up and clotheslines her in the chest. Brittany turns
around as Dawn falls to the mat and walks over to Kordy. She grabs Kordy and
Kordy jumps up and starts to bite her forehead, but Brittany throws her off.
She rolls over and gets up and Brittany boots her in the face, she falls back
into the corner. Brittany then grabs her and pulls her out and places her head
between her legs, but Dawn then heads over and jumps up and hits a jumping kick
to the back of Brittany’s head. Brittany falls over. Kordy immediately moves to
her and mounts her and nails her with repeated lefts and rights as the crowd
boos.
Sharper: “Kordy all over
Brittany as Dawn takes her down.”
Winters: “And time for Blood
Grove to get one of their enemies out of the way. No Foxx, no
Lee, why not?!”
Kordy nails Brittany a few
more times before getting up. Dawn walks around as Brittany slowly rolls over.
She turns and Kordy kicks her in the side and Dawn does the same. Just then, we
see Rachel Foxx walk out from the back, brandishing a sledgehammer. The crowd
roars as Rachel Foxx starts to head to the ring. Kordy turns to Dawn and Dawn
turns and watches Foxx as Kordy nails Brittany a couple more times as Brittany
starts to stir. Dawn backs up at the ropes as Foxx rolls into the ring and Dawn
heads over to her and stomps her in the back several times. Kordy turns and
runs over and does the same. Kordy and Dawn stomp away as Brittany starts to
get up.
Sharper: “Rachel Foxx finally
out here and she’s got that sledgehammer.”
Winters: “Not helping her now.
They’re going to town on her.”
Sharper: “The referee can’t
get in to remove the weapon though.”
The referee moves over to
Rachel to grab the sledgehammer, but Kordy snaps at him. He backs up and
Brittany gets up and Kordy turns and runs at Brittany only for Brittany to
press her up and throw her over the top rope. She lands on the floor. The crowd
erupts in cheers. Dawn turns and Brittany then turns and nails her with a hard
forearm. Dawn falls to the mat and Brittany falls back. We then see Matt
Auclair start to walk out from the back, dragging the Underground Championship
at his side. The crowd boos. Dawn starts to get up and Foxx grabs the
sledgehammer. She then gets up and swings it at Dawn. The crowd roars and Dawn
falls back and rolls out of the ring, just narrowly
missing it.
Sharper: “Foxx just tried to
take Dawn Lohan’s head off!”
Winters: “Well that’s why you
come ready for battle! Jesus!”
The referee calls for the
bell. Foxx just looks at him before turning and driving the end of it into the
ribs of the referee. He falls over and rolls to the floor. The
crowd ohs. Foxx looks around. Brittany looks at Foxx as Foxx just glares
at Dawn and Kordy. Just then, Kordy goes to enter the ring. Brittany kicks at
her and she falls back. We then see Auclair go to enter the ring. Foxx turns
and swings the sledgehammer towards her. Dawn watches as Auclair backs up. We
then see Rachel Tatum Lee walk out from the back. She looks around as Auclair
turns and notices her out. He just smiles. Rachel Tatum Lee looks at Auclair
before then starting to head towards him. The crowd roars as Foxx then turns
and exits the ring. Brittany Lohan watches as Auclair runs at Rachel Tatum Lee.
They run at each other and Rachel Tatum Lee jumps up and goes to tackle him
down with a Lou Thesz press, but Auclair turns and throws her back. She falls
to her feet and staggers back as Auclair then grabs his Underground
Championship as Foxx steps in front of Rachel Tatum Lee. Auclair then smiles as
he backs up and backs away from Foxx and Tatum Lee.
Sharper: “Auclair’s standing
down! He’s not going to take Requiem on together.”
Winters: “Or with a
sledgehammer!”
Sharper: “But he had a
smirk…he was ready to fight….”
The crowd boos as Auclair
steps back. Foxx starts to go after him as we then suddenly see on the big
screen a shot of Red Rayne shoving an official back in the backstage area. We
then see Jessica Lasiewicz getting lifted up, in the catering area of the
backstage area and turned before thrown into the wall. Typhoid Mary is watching.
Sharper: “That’s Jessica
Lasiewicz! She’s had an alliance with Lohan lately.”
Winters: “And look…Blitzkrieg,
with Rayne, with Mary!”
Blitzkrieg is shown grabbing
Jessica Lasiewicz and dragging her up before lifting her up and turning and
spinebustering her through one of the tables backstage. Blitzkrieg looks at her
before dragging her out by her leg and looking at her. Red Rayne just smiles as
Mary turns to Blitzkrieg. She walks up to him and nods. Red Rayne then turns
and starts to walk over. Her white eyes are seen as she looks over at Jessica. She
kneels over her when suddenly, we see Angelica Jones and Kayla Jones heading
over and nailing Red in the side of the head. Angelica goes over and guards
Blitzkrieg. Red Rayne turns and gets up as officials arrive on the scene and
start to break everything up.
Sharper: “It was a
distraction…and look at Brittany Lohan! She’s on her
way to the back.”
Brittany disappears to the
back with Foxx a few yards behind her.
Winters: “Auclair was just
buying time…”
Sharper: “Blitzkrieg, Mary and
Red Rayne with an attack on Jessica Lasiewicz…Blitzkrieg clearly allied with
Blood Grove!”
We then see officials trying
to keep Red Rayne again as she just glares at Angelica Jones. Kayla Jones
checks on Jessica Lasiewicz as Typhoid Mary and Blitzkrieg just watch. Celeste
Mallory is then noted to be at the scene as she appears on camera too. The
crowd roars as we keep watching the scene and the scene fades to black.
COMMERCIAL:
We open up backstage to see
Jessica Lasiewicz now in the trainer’s room, holding her back a bit as Angelica
and Kayla Jones stand with her. The trainer works on her back a bit, checking
on it.
Trainer: “How’s this?”
Lasiewicz: “Sore…”
The door opens and we see
Brittany Lohan step into the trainer’s room.
Brittany: “Is she okay?”
Angelica: “Yeah, she’s fine…”
Lasiewicz: “Just sore as hell.
He came out of nowhere. Just grabbing a drink and got jumped.”
Brittany: “Trying to send a
message to me, I bet.”
Kayla: “Jesus…this place is
nuts.”
Angelica: “Tell me about it. Between Blood Grove and Silas’ World.”
Lasiewicz: “That’s what
happens when you stand up to people who need to be stopped.”
Brittany: “Then I guess we may
have to divide and conquer.”
Lasiewicz looks at Brittany as
the trainer keeps working on her.
Lasiewicz: “Guess so.”
Brittany: “I’ll then take care
of Blitzkrieg.”
Brittany just looks at
Lasiewicz, seemingly with a bit of concern as we cut away.
Ethan Von Aaron walks out in a
black suit and shirt with no tie, he has a mic in hand as the spotlight shines
on him....
Ethan: "Ladies and Gentlemen, I do use the term rather loosely. Let me
direct your attention to the most beautiful and talented woman on the planet.
She IS the Star of Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow. The woman that is the ONLY
Sexy Flawless Diva in ALL of professional wrestling, I give to you in all of
her glory.....KENNEDY STREET!"
"Criticize” by Adelita’s Way plays throughout the arena as Kennedy Street
slowly comes out from the back, the SCW World Championship over her shoulder.
She stands in the entrance way, looking down, then up and out into the arena.
Kennedy cracks a sexy smirk as Ethan Von Aaron claps,
she raises her right arm in the air looking up into the rafters as the shower
of fireworks rain down behind her. Carlos quickly comes out and begins to drop
rose petals on the ground Kennedy walks on while the monstrous Maximilian
follows behind. The crowd boos as she looks over to the fans and smirks,
interacting with them.
Sharper: “The gang is all here.
And last week, Kennedy Street was enjoying how Ravyn Taylor and Kelcey Wallace
kept going after each other. As here we look to the end of last week’s
Breakdown…”
LAST WEEK – BREAKDOWN:
Ravyn goes on top of Cannon.
1!
2!
3!
The crowd roars. Kelcey slides in and Ravyn starts to get
up and Kelcey nails her with the Perfect Ending. The crowd ohs from the shot as
Ravyn falls back and lands on her back of her head and falls over. Kelcey then
grabs her and drags her up as Ravyn is half out of it. She then spins her
around and drops her with the Perfect Fate just for added insult to injury. The
crowd ohs and boos as Ravyn is laid out in the ring. Kelcey then gets up and
looks at Ravyn. Kelcey just looks down at Ravyn as Cannon slowly stirs. The
crowd boos as Kelcey looks around. She continues to do so as we then see
Kennedy Street walk out from the back with the World Title, Ethan Von Aaron and
Maximillian. Carlos throws rose petals in front of her. Kennedy just mockingly
waves at Kelcey as Kelcey turns and glares at her. The Breakdown logo comes up
on the screen.
Winters: “Kennedy was pleased
all night and then mocking them at the end. Ravyn beats Cannon in the ring for
the US Championship. Kelcey takes her shot. That’s what Monarchy was talking
about earlier.”
Sharper: “But that wave. A friendly reminder from Kennedy Street that she’s the Champion.”
We cut back to a live shot to
see Kennedy Street walking around in the ring. Ethan von Aaron stands a few
feet in front of her as Maximillian remains at ringside. Carlos stays in the
ring, throwing rose petals all over the ring.
Ethan: “I want all of you
pathetic Detroit Rock City, unemployed, lazy bastards to sit down and listen
and look at a true inspiration for all of your woes.”
The crowd boos loudly. Ethan look saround.
Ethan: “This is a true
champion and a role model that all of you should follow to maybe make something
out of your lives.”
The crowd boos some more.
Ethan: “So shut up and hang on
every word she says. She’s going to show you all what being a champion and
leader in this business, and any other, means. So now…Keenie…the floor is
yours.”
Kennedy smiles as Ethan turns
and hands the microphone to Kennedy Street. The boos
continue as Kennedy thanks Ethan and then looks out at the crowd.
Kennedy: “It seems like a few
people in this company are forgetting the reality of the situation they are
in.”
The crowd boos loudly as
Kennedy looks around.
Kennedy: “But don’t worry.
Keenie is going to do what she always does and not only will she be fair and
save lives….she is going to make sure that Kelcey Wallace and Ravyn Taylor
don’t completely ruin what will be probably one of their final opportunities to
win the World Title. I say that not just because neither one of them is
capability of beating me…I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. I will be
World Champion until I retire. So Ravyn…good luck.
You’re now the holder of the most prominent singles title that someone can
actually win. But it’s because of the individuals they both spend their time
with, they are going to steered wrong and they’ve
already squandered this opportunity.”
The crowd boos. Kennedy just
pauses and smiles, almost ignoring the boos.
Kennedy: “See, I don’t think I
need to show that Syren can’t beat me. She failed twice and she’d fail again if
she had another chance. Ravyn…you may be smarter, but that’s not saying much.
And Kelcey…if you think my sister can actually help you, you’re actually dumber
than Syren.”
The crowd boos. Kennedy then
holds up her hand, finally dealing with the crowd, trying to quiet them.
Kennedy: “But that’s why I’m
out here. I already know that Rise to Keenie is inevitable, but I don’t want to
humiliate either of them. Kelcey Wallace has thrown everything away for this
shot and Ravyn Taylor wants a challenge. Well, she’ll get the challenge, but
what will happen when she can’t measure up. Yes, she’ll still have her US
Championship because she’s a coward that won’t put that on the line. Let’s face
it…it would look better around MY waist. Everything does…including nothing at
all…”
Kennedy smirks as some in the
crowd roar.
Kennedy: “And Kelcey…well, I
hope that she can handle another failure. I’m not sure if she has it in her.
But that’s why I came out at the end of last week. I realized the two of them
have focused on one another so much, that they’re too stupid to realize that
they’re fighting for MY title. But that’s fine…this is their fair warning. See,
normally, I would be angry about the lack of attention. But Ethan pointed
something out to me. If Kelcey and Ravyn Taylor don’t even realize that I’m the
most dangerous one in the ring, even with my generous reminder tonight, and
they destroy their chances…all it does is make it clearer that the Taking Hold
of the Flame is no longer relevant and the Trios Tournament the same…all it
means is that Rise to Keenie should be an annual event as the only person
capable of handling me in this ring….is me.”
The crowd boos as Kennedy
smiles.
Sharper: “Oh good lord…How
conceited can you be?”
Kennedy: “So Ravyn…Kelcey…this
is your final warning. Focus on each other…humiliate
yourselves worse at Rise to Greatness and I’ll take advantage, get the win I
already know I have and Rise to Keenie!”
Kennedy smiles. She then backs up when
suddenly, when “I’m So Sick” by Flyleaf echoes throughout the arena. The crowd
erupts in cheers as Kennedy looks around, stunned. She turns and moves Ethan in
front of her as her eyes keep darting around.
Winters: “Things are about to
get a bit more chaotic!”
Sharper: “That’s Nicole
Kinneck’s theme. Is she free from wherever we heard she was last week? With Vixen Cain?”
The music continues to play
before we see Nicole Kinneck stagger out from the back, but she’s not looking playful
as Ducky or even normal as Nicole. She just looks angry and
starts to storm to the ring. Maximillian steps forward and Nicole runs
forward and lets out a yell before jumping up and
going to nail Maximillian. Maximillian catches her and Nicole starts to nail
him furiously with repeated kicks and punches, more violently than we’ve
recently seen from Nicole. Maximilian throws her down and she rolls over.
Kennedy exits from the other side of the ring as Ethan does the same. Carlos
looks around, unsure and Ethan snaps at him. Carlos runs over to join Kennedy
and Ethan. Maximillian heads over to Nicole and Nicole then jumps up and starts
to bite him on the forehead. Maximillian yells out and tries to get free before
shoving her back and hard into the barricade. Kennedy and Ethan take their
chance to run behind Maximillian and to the rampway. Carlos scurries after the
three make their exit. Maximillian watches Nicole as she gets up and kicks him
in the shin and goes to run past, but Maximilian grabs her and turns before
throwing her again back into the barricade. He starts to back up as Kennedy,
Ethan and Carlos run to the back.
Sharper: “While Kennedy Street
is calling our Ravyn Taylor and Kelcey Wallace for their focus, Nicole Kinneck
is here.”
Winters: “Is she like rabid?”
Sharper: “She’s more
aggressive than we’ve ever seen her. Maximillian is triple her size and
struggling with her!”
Kennedy, Ethan and Carlos
disappear to the back. Maximillian backs up and we then see some officials
running out from the back, along with security. Kinneck gets to the barricade
and runs forward. The officials hold her back, but she manages to bite one of
them. They pin her against the ring as she yells out at Maximillian, Kennedy
and anyone else nearby. The crowd cheers as we slowly fade to black.
COMMERCIAL:
We return to Breakdown to see
Kennedy Street, Ethan von Aaron and Carlos running through the backstage area.
Maximillian has yet to catch up.
Kennedy: “What the hell was
she doing out here?”
Ethan: “I’d love to know. I
thought Vixen had handled that.”
Kennedy: “Well we’ve already
seen what type of person he is.”
Kennedy turns the corner with
Ethan and Carlos following just about to go into their locker room only to see
Vixen Cain leaning against the wall and smiling.
Cain: “And what did you learn
about me?”
Kennedy: “That’s you’re a no
good son of a bitch.”
Cain: “Oh…that…probably a fair
assessment. How do you like my gift to you?”
Kennedy: “Gift? You call that
a gift?”
Ethan: “What the hell is wrong
with you? She could’ve KILLED her.”
Cain: “Shame…but you don’t
need to worry about the booping.”
Ethan: “What?”
Kennedy steps forward.
Kennedy: “You better deal with
her. I may not like you, but you did something good two weeks ago. Finish it
off and make sure she’s not a factor in my life.”
Cain: “Oh I will ‘deal’ with
her. But not for you. For me…she’s interesting…”
Cain turns and starts to walk
off. Kennedy just glares at him before Ethan opens the door and leads her
inside. Cain continues on his way down the hallway and we cut to ringside.
Selena Frost vs. Syren
“Groupie” by Cassie Steele
hits the PA system as the lights dim and the spotlights focus on the stage,
flashing intermittently between white and pink. After a few moments the
curtains part as Syren makes her way on to the stage to a huge reaction from
the crowd. She stands in the middle of the stage looking out at the fans before
smiling at the camera and, as the camera gets closer to her, leaning in toward
it with a confident nod. “I think they’re ready for the best female wrestler in
the world,” she tells the camera with a smile. The fans continue to cheer as
she turns around, pointing at the back of her ring-jacket where we see the
words ‘Just Be Jealous’ accompanied by her heart-logo.
Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
Dark Fantasy
She spins back around again before pointing at the ring, leaning in to the
camera again and smiling once again before telling the camera, “that’s it; it’s
time to steal the show!” The crowd cheer more as she begins to walk down toward
the ring, slapping hands on the way down to ringside before stopping at
ringside and jumping up on to the apron. She looks around again at the cheering
fans before ducking down, shaking her ass a little to another cheer from the
fans before ducking in under the second rope and walking across the ring,
climbing to stand on the middle turnbuckle and raises her hands in to the air.
After a few seconds of posing she blows a kiss out to the crowd and jumps down,
walking across the ring to the other side where again she stands on the middle
turnbuckle, waving at the fans and blowing another kiss out to the crowd. After
several more seconds she leaps down, removing her ring jacket and putting it in
the corner before jumping up and sitting on the top turnbuckle.
Sharper: “Syren is going to be
facing off against David Helms in eighteen days at Rise to Greatness. Helms putting himself in her way. Meanwhile, he’s had
Syren’s number. But tonight, a different sort of challenge.”
Winters: “And this is going to
be interesting only because Kelcey Wallace probably is watching this one from
wherever she is. Shaya Blackley holding that countout win.
No matter what happens here, she’s probably not going to be pleased. Either
Shaya Blackley gets a huge upset and continues to prove herself or Syren, who
Kelcey doesn’t like, gets a win over her key rival.”
The illustrious opening of
"The Final Countdown" begins to play and the crowd is bathed in the
splendid glow of gold lighting.
As the main riff begins rocking the arena, The form of
"The Rampaging Komainu" appears amidst the fans. Back to us, feet
placed wide apart and an arm reaching towards the heavens, the crowd roars. She
wore supple hotpants, trendy sports bra-esque top, kneepads and shinguards
(over black high boots), all a sheer confection of fine red and silver, and a
funky pair of sunglasses.
Her high collared cape was her crowning glory; flashy, glamorous, and dazzling
and a marvelous colour - the colour of blood and flame and sunsets. Spinning on
her heel , Shaya Blackley points to the cameras and
poses for the fans. She proceeded to boldly wade through this huge sea of fans
with more energy than a concert.
Without pause, the fans sing the renowned lyrics as one when Shaya hits the
ring. Leaping inside, her smile as bright as the noonday sun, she climbs a
turnbuckle to pump an arm in the air and point a single index finger to the sky
- an obvious challenge to whoever lurks in heaven.
Sharper: “And meanwhile, Shaya
Blackley looking to continue what has been a hell of a spring and summer.
Despite the fact that Kelcey turned on her, she’s been facing some of the best
and rising to the challenge.”
Winters: “And last week, she
even got into the Women’s Champion’s grill.”
Sharper: “After Christy was
accused of attacking Autumn, Quinne laughed and Shaya
Blackley took issue and supported Autumn Valentine.”
Syren hops down and looks at
Shaya Blackley as Blackley stretches out. The two of them look at one another
as the referee calls for the bell. The bell sounds and the crowd roars. Syren
and Shaya start to circle and move into one another before lunging and
grappling in the middle of the ring. The crowd roars as Syren turns into a side
headlock. She pulls back on the head of Shaya and Shaya holds on before pulling
Syren back and into the ropes. She then fires her off. Syren bounces off the
ropes and Shaya steps forward only for Syren to shoulder her down. The crowd
applauds. Syren runs into the ropes and bounces off them. Shaya rolls towards

with the headlock here after that volley of shots and countershots.”
Winters: “Some respect from
both. Both know that the other can be dangerous if they get going early.”
Shaya holds on and Syren holds
on and tries to push up. Shaya however keeps the headlock in tight and Syren
lifts her up before carrying her to the ropes and shooting her off. Shaya
bounces off the ropes and Syren goes for a running clothesline on the rebound.

of the arm. Going for the shoulder.”
Winters: “They say control
head and control the body. Shaya decided to change it up.”
Shaya elbows Syren again and
spins around and throws her into the corner. Shaya moves in and kicks her in
the ribs. Syren winces. Shaya kicks her again. She then whips Syren across the

Winters: “And a bad landing to

Sharper: “Shaya went high and
both went over the top rope.”
Syren rolls over, holding her

Winters: “And that may have
done it all. You just need to hit one well and that can do it!”
Syren slowly turns and rolls
Shaya over and hooks the leg.

Sharper: “Shaya with another

“Groupie” starts to play. Syren walks around the ring before turning over to
Shaya Blackley. She reaches down and starts to help Shaya up as the crowd
applauds. Shay slowly stirs and gets up, holding her ribs. Syren just nods and
says something to her as Shaya continues to wince in pain from the Blondeton
Bomb. Syren then turns and exits the ring as Shaya Blackley walks over to the
opposite ropes and leans on them.
Sharper: “A lot of class from
Syren there, especially after the weeks Shaya has had. She had a hell of a
fight, but not quite enough to put her down.”
Winters: “Close is not enough
here, but if anyone wants to say Shaya Blackley is an afterthought, they’re
clearly blind or dumb. You don’t take on the champions you have and make it
close or win if you don’t have a high level of skill. Once is a fluke, twice is
a sign, three is a trend. And this is five…”
Syren heads to the back as her
music plays. Shaya Blackley remains in the ring, recuperating as the camera
focuses on her for a moment before we cut back to the entrance way to see Syren
heading to the back.
“Immortals” then starts to
play as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a shot of Selena
Frost before seeing a shot of Jake Starr before showing both.
Sharper: “And from this clash,
we have much, much more to come. Our main event, Selena Frost faces off against
Jake Starr, but that’s not all.”
Winters: “James Evans has his
challenge for David Helms. We’re waiting to hear from Kelcey Wallace. And on
top of that Chris Cannon and Simon Lyman going to clash and I’m
sure that’s going to be a calm affair!”
Sharper: “All that and more as
Jonathan Knots joins me at ringside when we return.
Breakdown rolls on, after this!”
The scene then fades to black.

The scene cuts to the inside of the Palace in Auburn Hills in Detroit, Michigan.
Pyro shoots from both ends of the stage and towards the middle before back out
to the outside and then all across the stage. Spotlights circle around the
arena as the camera pan throughout the arena, showing the many fans who have
filed into the arena standing and cheering, waving banners, signs, t-shirt and
whatever else they have. The cameras pan for a few moments before cutting to
ringside to show Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots at the announce table.
Sharper: “Welcome back to
Detroit for Breakdown. Adam Sharper here at ringside, alongside Jonathan Knots
and we’re waiting to hear from Kelcey Wallace who is somewhere in Detroit.”
Knots: “I guess she has the
perfect plan or something, but I don’t know what she’s thinking. Hopefully
we’ll find out. But we’re get the Perfect Prince or
whatever the hell we should call him…he’s got Simon Lyman in a bit and I’m sure
Monarchy will be joining us then.”
Sharper: “That is the case,
along with Selena Frost facing Jake Starr in the main event here tonight and
well….here we go. James Evans making his way out from the
back.”
James Evans starts to make his
way out from the back, notably without his music. He’s in his hoodie as before,
but now in his wrestling gear. He makes his way down to the ring slowly as the
crowd boos him.
Knots: “I have to admit it. I’m liking this new attitude. Yeah, he’s completely idiotic
with some of his thoughts on some people, but at least he’s making sure
Wiseman, Helms and Starr get knocked down to size.”
Sharper: “James Evans came out
earlier tonight and called out David Helms. He insulted him and his integrity-“
Knots: “And his manhood.”
Sharper: “Well, I don’t think
we need to wait long for Helms. I can’t see David Helms standing down from a
challenge.”
James Evans walks over to the
ring and hops onto the apron. He then looks around before stepping into the
ring. He walks around the ring as the boos continue.
He then pulls off his hoodie and throws it down to the outside. He turns and looks
back at the entrance way before then mockingly putting his hands up and calling
for Helms to come out to the ring. He then looks around as the crowd boos some
more.
Sharper: “The question now is
where the hell are those men James Evans had.”
Knots: “Maybe attacking Jake
Starr again. That would be sweet!”
A few moments pass as James
Evans looks around. The crowd continues to boo James Evans before the arena's
lights cut and the room falls into complete darkness as a buzz spreads through
the crowd, the screens suddenly lighting up with one single solitary word...
"BANG!"
As the crowd react, the entire stage lights up with a brilliant white light and
the opening riff of an SCW remixed version of "All I Want" by A Day To Remember hits the pa system. The crowd erupt into cheers
again as they spot the silhouette of David Helms standing there, his arms held
aloft and his hands throwing the Self High Five, all framed by the brilliant
white light behind him.
“ALL I WANT IS A PLACE TO CALL MY OWN
TO MEND THE HEARTS OF EVERYONE WHO FEELS ALONE
WOAH; YOU KNOW TO KEEP YOUR HOPES UP HIGH
BUT YOU HEAD DOWN LOW!”
The intro gives way to the chorus and the lyrics of said chorus flash up on the
screen as Helms suddenly jumps into the air and breaks his hands apart,
pyrotechnics exploding on either side of the stage as he lands and the house
lights raise again as Helms grins at the fans before suddenly bolting towards
the ring.
Phillips: "Making his way to the ring from Red Bank New Jersey now
fighting out of Santa Monica California; he weighed in earlier tonight at one
hundred ninety nine pounds and is an SCW Supreme Champion. Give it up... FOR DAVID HELMS!!!"
Reaching the ring, Helms jumps up and slides under the bottom rope feet first
before jumping straight back to his feet and climbing straight to the middle
rope of the nearest ring post. He throws his hands up into the Self High Five
to another cheer before hopping down and walking towards the closest camera on
the outside. He throws his hands into the Self High Five to the camera so that
his face is framed by the gap in the middle of his hands. Grinning, he mouths
the word "Bang!" into the camera before turning and settling back
into the corner to another cheer from the fans as he waits for the start of the
match and looks right at James Evans. Evans smirks.
Sharper: “Helms coming out.
Not going to turn a challenge.”
Knots: “And you thought Evans’
friends were going to kneecap him backstage!”
The bell sounds as Helms and
throws his hands up to Evans. The crowd cheers as the two circle a bit and then
move towards one another. They lunge and grapple and Helms and Evans push back
on one another. Helms gets the advantage and manages
to push Evans back to the ropes. Evans manages to turn and turns Helms into the
ropes and then spins him around and into corner. Evans leans back and the
referee calls for the break. Helms looks at him and
then slowly backs up. Evans goes to nail him, but Helms blocks it and nails him
with a hard right. The crowd roars. Evans walks out of the crowd, holding his
jaw. He turns around and Helms blasts him with another hard right and Evans
falls over to the next corner. Helms moves in and nails him with another shot
and then a chop. The crowd woos as Evans walks out of the corner and walks
along the ropes.
Sharper: “And Evans looked for
the cheap shot and just found out that Helms will happily throw bombs too!”
Knots: “Well it was supposed
to be a clean break for Helms! Not Evans!”
Sharper: “It’s for both!”
Knots: “Pfft!”
David follows after Evans and
nails him with a hard right. Evans falls over to the corner. Helms moves in and
kicks him in the ribs and then again before grabbing him and going to whip him
across the ring. Evans spins through and sends Helms into the corner. Evans
runs after him and Helms gets his elbow up. Evans staggers back. Helms runs out and goes for a clothesline. Evans ducks. Helms turns around and Evans jumps up and dropkicks him
down. Helms rolls over and gets up over by the ropes and Evans runs at him and
nails him with a clothesline, knocking him up and over the top rope. Helms falls over and rolls over to the barricade. The crowd
boos as Evans walks around the ring. (1)
Sharper: “Helms knocked over
the top rope.”
Knots: “Dumped on his ass more
like it.”
Helms slowly gets up as James Evans walks
around the ring. The crowd boos him. (2) Helms grabs
at the barricade and looks around as Evans smirks and looks at him. (3) Evans
yells at him to get back into the ring and Helms walks over and rolls into the
ring. Evans heads over and stomps him in the back. He stomps him again and
again. The crowd boos. Evans then drags Helms up and throws him over to the
ropes. Helms bounces off and Evans nails him with a
European uppercut. Helms falls back to the ropes.
Evans then grabs him and whips him across the ring. Helms bounces off and Evans
scoops him up, but Helms spins through and kicks him in the ribs. He then jumps
up and hits an enziguri kick. Evans falls to his knees. Helms
gets up and grabs him and hits a back suplex.
Sharper: “Helms suplexes Evans
over. Follows up with the pin.”
Knots: “Damn it. The son of a
bitch actually got out of that.”
1!
2!
Evans kicks out.
Sharper: “Nearfall…Evans has
been arrogant to the say the least and his aggressiveness and arrogance may be
getting him in trouble here.”
Helms gets up as Evans rolls over. He
grabs at the ropes, but they’re too far away. Helms grabs
him and clubs him in the back. He then spins him around and hits another chop.
The crowd woos. Helms then whips him across the ring.
Evans bounces off the ropes and Helms kicks him in the ribs. He then hooks him
up for a vertical suplex, but Evans spins through and lands behind him. Helms then turns around and Evans grabs him before throwing
him overhead with a belly to belly suplex. Helms rolls over in pain and starts
to get up. Evans walks over and kicks him in the ribs. He then gutwrenches him
up and spins around before dropping him down onto his knee, stomach first. Helms rolls over in pain. Evans goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Helms gets his shoulder up. Helms rolls
over and Evans then gets up and drives his elbow into the back of Helms. The crowd ohs. Helms grimaces.
Evans then slowly pulls him up by the hair as the crowd boos.
Knots: “Dust flew everywhere
from that.”
Sharper: “Stop it.”
Knots: “Well he’s the one
retiring. Maybe we just found out that he’s needing a
good dusting.”
Sharper: “I’m not even….James
Evans pulling Helms up by the hair. No respect.”
Knots: “I thought he made that
clear earlier!”
Evans gets Helms up to his
feet and then grabs him by the waist and throws him back with a release German
suplex. The crowd ohs as Helms rolls over and onto his back. Evans sits up and
smirks as he looks around. He then slowly gets up and looks at Helms. He waits
as Helms starts to get up and Helms slowly stumbles up to his feet and turns to
Evans and Evans lifts him up onto his shoulders, but Helms counters with a DDT. The crowd roars. Evans rolls over and to his stomach
as Helms rolls over to the ropes. The crowd cheers as Helms
looks around and Evans gets to his hands and knees and Helms runs over and
drills him with the Sudden Realization.
Sharper: “Right to the head!
Evans laid out!”
Knots: “Jesus Christ! The
Women’s World Cup is over!”
Helms falls to his knees and
slowly gets up. Just then, we see the three men from earlier walk out from the
back. Helms looks up and notices them as they start to
head to the ring. The crowd boos. Helms just looks
around before looking at Evans as Evans slowly rolls over. Helms stomps Evans
just to keep him down as one of the men runs over to the ring and hops onto the
apron, but Helms nails him with a hard right.
Knots: “Helms with a cheap
shot!”
Sharper: “Come on! Those men
that James Evans with him now out here!”
The other two reach the ring
as the one backs up. Just then, we see Merrick Wiseman storm out from the back.
The crowd roars. Helms smirks as he backs up. We also
see a few officials running out from the back as Merrick Wiseman jogs towards
them and one of them turns to him and goes to nail him, but Merrick blocks it
and nails the man. He falls back and into the other two. They keep him out and
the other walks forward as officials move in between them. They start to tell
them to leave to the back. The men however obstruct and Wiseman dares them to
come at him. One starts to move towards him as the officials continue to keep
them apart.
Sharper: “Wiseman out as the
officials are trying to take care of them!”
Knots: “Helms! Turn around!”
Helms turns around and James drills him
with a clothesline. He then drops down and starts to hammer him in the jaw.
James then gets up and walks over to the ropes as Wiseman snaps at him and
tells him to get rid of them. James makes a rather rude gesture that causes the
camera to cut away as Helms stirs. James then turns around and grabs Helms and
drags him up. The crowd roars and boos as we then see Jake Starr hop the
guardrail with a chair and enters into the ring. James turns and throws Helms
at Starr and Starr nails him in the ribs with the steel chair. James Evans runs
at Starr and Starr kicks him in the ribs. The crowd roars as Starr nails him in
the back. He then slams the chair into the back again and again. James rolls
out of the ring. Starr then yells at him as James falls to the ground. Starr
looks at him.
Sharper: “Starr! The chair and
James Evans finding out you don’t piss of Starr!”
Knots: “Cheap shot from the
crowd!”
Sharper: “Even got a shot in
on Helms thanks to Evans…but Evans not looking like a winner tonight. He looks
like someone that just got nailed in the face and got a reality check! Wiseman
from one end…Starr from the other.”
The men try to get over to
James Evans as the officials keep trying to keep them away. James Evans starts
to stir on the floor and Starr starts to exit the ring as the crowd roars. A
few officials head over and run around and stop Starr as he tries to get at
James. Merrick manages to get a shot in on one of the men as they try to get
past. The crowd roars as the Men try to get at Wiseman and Wiseman keeps
telling them to get to the back. The crowd roars as Starr tries to kick at
James Evans as he starts to get up. The crowd roars as we then slowly cut away.
COMMERCIAL:
We see David Helms slowly
walking backstage in pain. He continues down the hallway as the crowd cheers
for him.
Syren: “David!”
Helms stops and turns as Syren
jogs over to him. Helms just holds a hand up.
Helms: “Zoe…I’m not in a mood
for a headache or argument right now-“
Syren: “No…look…Tommy told me
what you’re doing. I may not trust you…but I’m willing to give him a shot…if
it’s true, then let’s make Rise to Greatness what it should be, two of the best
having a hell of a match to see who is better. I owe you that if this is your
last Rise to Greatness….but if I find out, he’s feeding me a line…I’m going to
worry about giving you anything you deserve.”
Helms: “That’s fair…and you
should trust him.”
Syren: “I hope I can.”
Helms then looks down before extending a hand.
Helms: “Don’t know if this
means anything, but I’ll shake on it just to make the point.”
Syren looks at the hand. She
then shakes it too. Helms turns and walks off as Syren
watches him walk off. The crowd cheers as Syren turns and heads in the opposite
direction.
Darkness engulfs the arena as
we hear the eerie sound of something tapping against glass. After a few moments
there comes a whisper in the sound of a woman’s voice of one short, iconic word
– “NEVERMORE”. With that we hear the opening from “Open Your Eyes” by Guano
Apes.
“Hide your face forever
Dream and search forever-ever-ever-ever”
The song gets stuck on the word, and is then interrupted by the deep sound of
the voice of Marilyn Manson.
“Just lay your head in daddy’s lap
You’re a bad girl!”
“Bad Girl” by Avril Lavigne hits the PA system as the lights come back up and
we see the screens playing images of Ravyn Taylor’s various antics in and out
of the ring. After a few moments the curtains part and Ravyn steps out on to
the stage with a smirk on her face as the crowd cheers. She holds the SCW
United States Championship. She stops on the stage, twirling for the camera
almost mockingly.
Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
Dark Fantasy
After a few moments she starts to make her way down to ringside and then steps
up the ring steps, wiping her feet on the apron before vaulting over the top
turnbuckle and rolling back to her feet. She walks over to the far corner of
the ring, stepping on to the middle turnbuckle. She looks around as the crowd
cheers her.
Knots: “I assumed she didn’t
have a hometown. No one wanted her.”
Sharper: “Stop it….she’s at
home here. As close as she’s going to get to Hell, Michigan.
The US Champion. Retained last week against Chris Cannon and you have to wonder
what she’s thinking about what she’s heard tonight from Monarchy, from
Kennedy.”
Knots: “Hopefully she realizes
she won’t be World Champion in eighteen days!”
She walks over to the corner
and is handed a microphone. She looks around as the crowd cheers her and Ravyn
smirks a bit before looking down and nodding. She then looks out at the crowd.
Ravyn: “I have to admit…not
used to getting adulation.”
The crowd cheers a bit as
Ravyn smirks.
Ravyn: “Then again, I’m used
to hearing what I have been hearing from some other people around here. I’m
sorry if I’m not quivering in my boots or concerned that I’m going to crying,
blubbering in the corner after Rise to Greatness. I also don’t need to yell and
swear and threaten every twenty-eight seconds, because frankly, Trinity, I
actually don’t need to threaten and swear and yell. I just do. But that’s fine.
See, I don’t know when we’re going to get this video production from Kelcey,
but I’m sure looking forward to it. I wish I had some popcorn, but I couldn’t
get some brought to the arena on short notice. All I could get is the US
Championship which I’m sure Monarchy thought would be with them. Oops…sorry for ruining the plans.”
Ravyn pauses as the crowd
cheers some more.
Ravyn: “And about the United
States Championship…I apparently hold the most prestigious attainable title in
this company. I suppose that’s a compliment. I figured Kennedy would want all
that attention, but that’s fine. But then again, I’m not sure if Kennedy Street
has been out in the sun as I’m sure Trinity Street or Kelcey Wallace would
claim or just had forgotten about what reality really is. In fact, I’m pretty
sure I’ve held this title for longer than you’ve been demanding World Title
shots…if not, it feels that long since I almost can’t picture myself without
it. It’s why I’m getting a bit bored and want a new challenge, one that comes
in the form of you. Kelcey Wallace is part of it and you can claim I’m not
keeping my attention on your enough Kennedy, but you neglect one thing. Unlike
you or Kelcey Wallace, I’m capable of handling more than one person at a time.”
Ravyn smirks,
some cheer, while some males roar.
Ravyn: “But I also know how to
deal with all of my enemies, something Monarchy probably should be aware of as
their enemies are rising by the week. Mine…they’ve learned to move on because
they can’t outduel me.”
The crowd cheers.
Ravyn: “Kelcey, Kennedy, you
two should realize that. I’m impressed by your confidence, but it means nothing
to me. My whole career is doing what no one believed I could do to THEM…and
Kennedy, if you want my attention, just ask. You’ll learn to regret it.”
Ravyn Taylor then brings the
microphone down before turning and going to hand off the title. Just then, we
see a shot of a street in Detroit. The camera scans to see several dilapidated
houses, many boarded up. The darkness from the light is only countered by the
light of the street lights. We cut back to the arena to see Ravyn Taylor
looking at the big screen as we then see Kelcey Wallace on camera, dressed in a
long coat, clearly showing her wealth as well.
Kelcey: “Oh Ravyn…I’m glad you
came out to the ring to see this so now I know you will be listening…I figured
I’d go around and see what your homestate was like. I tried to get to Hell,
Michigan, but it was misnamed as Detroit is closer to it.”
Boos can be heard from the
crowd as Ravyn is shown smirking in the ring before we cut back.
Kelcey: “Do you not notice a
clear difference between whatever is behind me and myself?
It’s like you and I, Ravyn. In fact, I would say Kennedy Street has more in
common with you, than me. Confused…I can help. See, I heard Kennedy Street gave
some speech about how she was doing us a favour. No…all she wants is the
attention. She’s like so many others that run up against Monarchy. They want
the spotlight because they know we demand it.”
Kelcey then looks behind her
as the camera turns to show the dilapidated street again. We even hear a
barking dog.
Kelcey: “This…no one wants to
see it. No one wants to know it’s there. No one wants to give it its due. They
hope it just goes away. And in fact, it’s ignored. Just like Kennedy Street
fears she’ll be after Rise to Greatness and why, you Ravyn are
so desiring to show the world you can be World Champion. You want your
challenge. No, Ravyn…you want people to remember you’re there.”
Kelcey shakes her head.
Kelcey: “It’s sad really. Because it also shows how misguided Kennedy and how clueless you
are Ravyn. In this business, legacy comes from what you do in the ring.
World Titles, lasting moments…and you’ve had a few of them, but then again, you
like to be the man behind the curtain. It’s funny, for your history of sleeping
with CHBK, he never taught you about how a legacy is defined, even when he was
pumping it into your on that sex tape of yours.”
Ravyn smirks again in the
ring. She shrugs as the crowd roars a bit in the arena.
Kelcey: “And my legacy will be
defined by one thing you and I do have in common…you grew up near this…you grew
up from this…trash.”
The crowd boos.
Kelcey: “I grew from
adversity. I got out from under the thumb of Silas Mason and now I am back to
being Perfect. I will be back to being a Champion! You can fight that all you
want Ravyn. But while you managed to get through your own adversity to reach
the top of your smaller mountain. That’s all you will accomplish. But think, much like you grew from trash, Kennedy Street has merely
turned into it. It pains Trinity to see her sister drag the Street name through
the mud. So I will help her out by ending her World Title reign and retaking my
spot as the Lord of this Domain and bring the World Title to Monarchy.”
Kelcey then walks down the
street a bit as the crowd boos.
Kelcey: “But Kennedy, if you
want attention, I’m sure you can get it. Just come and walk down this street.
Where Ravyn Taylor learned to be a Bad, Bad Girl…you can be someone’s naughty
girl as I’m sure there are plenty of people here who would be happy to make you
their champion. I know you have the skills.”
Kelcey smirks as the camera
shows some of the locals just watching this odd scene. On man
stands up, almost ready to attack Kelcey.
???: “We should go.”
Kelcey: “One more moment…”
Kelcey turns back to the
camera.
Kelcey: “And Ravyn…enjoy your
win last week against my husband. You won’t be beating me. Instead, I hope you
enjoy your peak. Because you’ve reached it…just like this city has.”
Kelcey then walks towards the
camera and past it. The camera backs up and focuses on the street as we see
someone heading over towards their driveway, and heading towards them as the
scene fades to black.
COMMERCIAL:
We return to Breakdown,
cutting backstage to see Nicole Kinneck running down one of the hallways. Vixen
Cain can be seen walking after her.
Cain: “Nicole….come with me. I
can help you out here.”
Kinneck turns and just looks
at him wide eyed. We then see that she’s headed towards one of the exits.
Security is also with Cain and some try to grab at her, but she kicks one and
turns and starts to storm off as we see Anthony Wallace poking his head around
the corner.
Anthony: “Nicole!”
Nicole: “Oh you…yes!”
Nicole then storms over to
Anthony and suddenly nails him with a hard right and kicks him in the side.
Anthony falls over and security continues to go after Nicole. Nicole then turns
and runs off, going through one of the exits and heading off into the backlot.
A couple of guards chase after her, but just then, we see Cain storm towards
the door and Anthony Wallace gets up and spears him down. The crowd roars. Cain
covers up as the guards and officials run over and start to pull Wallace off of
him.
Wallace: “Get off! Let me get
him!”
Wallace keeps getting pulled
up. Cain just smiles.
Cain: “Hmmm…you’re interesting
too…”
Wallace nearly gets free and
Cain slides back as he then pulls himself up. He glances at the door before
turning.
Cain: “Fine…go find her. And
just hope you don’t get taken out by her.”
Cain turns and walks away from
the door as Wallace continues to be held back. The crowd boos as we cut away.
Chris Cannon vs. Simon Lyman
The house lights dim and the
opening cymbal crash and riffs to "Tonight" by Seether begins to blare throughout the arena. A buzz can be heard
rising through the crowd into cheers as the lyics begin...
I'm not gonna waste this
This opportunity's mine
I'm sick of complaining
About a beautiful life
On the Jumbotron, clips of Simon hitting high impact and high risk moves plays
as the song continues, hyping the fans even further
How did we get here?
Did we forget all the things inside?
And how do we stay here?
Do we embrace all the things denied?
As the refrain begins, Cailey Carter makes her way out on stage first dressed
in a form fitting short black dress and black high heeled boots followed by
Simon in his ring attire. The two look at each other then the crowd smiling
ear-to-ear before striding to the ring confidently side-by-side
I feel so alive tonight
You got me feeling sublime
I want to yell it from the rooftops down
Until it's over, and we're older
Phillips: Now approaching the ring accompanied by Cailey Carter, from Columbus,
Ohio and weighing 230 pounds, "Simply Sensational" SIIIIIIIIMON
LYYYYYMAN!!!
While the fans roar, Simon and Cailey arrive at the ring. Simon takes off his
jacket handing it to Cailey and they kiss each other briefly, then Simon enters
the ring with Cailey in his corner. He goes to each of the corners and climbs
to the second turnbuckle while the song continues to play
Like sugar and cyanide
These worlds are gonna collide
I want to yell it from the rooftops down
Until it's over, and we're older
As "Tonight" winds down with Simon now in his corner we see a slight
smile still on his face looking out into the crowd anticipating the start of
the match and the show he will put on for them before going back to his corner
to talk with Cailey on the outside awaiting the start of the match.
Sharper: “Earlier tonight, the
challenge was made to Simon Lyman and Donovan Kayl at Rise to Greatness.
Monarchy wants to end them.”
Knots: “Trinity wants to end
Simon. Lucas Knight just wants to take out Kayl for fun. Don’t piss off the
King and Queen. They’re going to apparently want to control their domain!”
Sharper: “And in the process,
they make a statement. One of the most decorated teams in wrestling today, they could conceivably outduel them, get some
closure, but also make clear their stake in the wrestling world.”
The big screen above the
entrance springs into life as the lights darken, the only image we see is that
of a glistening perfect world logo. We then hear a woman’s voice that sounds a
lot like Kelcey Wallace over the P. A System next as she addresses the arena.
“Monarchy Presents...”
.CHRIS CANNON.
The opening guitar to Prometheus by Audio Machine hit’s over the P.A system
next with an explosion of sound. There’s a sudden pause and then a spotlight
shines down onto the stage where we see Chris Cannon, he stands proudly on the
stage with an aura of confidences about him.
Phillips: “Ladies and Gentleman, introducing at this time…Hailing from Hermosa
Beach, CA... He weighed in tonight at two-hundred and thirty-five pounds...
CHRIS CANNON"
The crowd has a mixed reaction for the British superstar as he begins to walk
down towards the ring with a confident stride in his step. Cannon stops and
turns to look at one fan that is extending a hand which he would slap normally
but doesn't as he continues down to the ring.
Once at the bottom Cannon then slides into the ring and then climbs the nearest
turnbuckle. Chris then raises his arm above his head holding a fist as the
crowd boos him. He just shakes his head before dropping down. He then suddenly
runs across at Lyman and kicks him in the ribs. The crowd boos as Lyman
staggers back to the corner. Cannon nails him again with another kick and then
nails him with a hard right. The bell sounds as the match starts.
Sharper: “And Cannon going
right after Lyman. Come on! Not even waiting for the bell.”
Knots: “Maybe we know the real
plan. Challenge them to the match knowing Simon Lyman is going to fight no
matter what and then Trinity can humiliate him at Rise to Greatness.”
Sharper: “I wouldn’t put that
past them!”
Cannon nails Lyman with another
hard right before grabbing him and turning him around and nailing him with a
hard right. Lyman stumbles out to the middle of the ring. Cannon then kicks him
in the ribs before hooking him up and throwing him back with a vertical suplex.
The crowd boos as Lyman holds his back. Cannon forces him down and drives his
forearm into the face of Simon. Simon tries to get him off as Cannon grinds the
forearm across his nose. Lyman rolls over as the crowd boos. Cannon then gets
up and stomps him in the back and then again and again. Lyman rolls over and
goes to the apron before falling to the mats and walking around. Cailey Carter
watches on with concern as Cannon steps through the ropes and drops down to the
floor. (1)
Sharper: “Cannon gets Simon
Lyman to the floor. Cannon however keeping the fight on.”
Knots: “Hell. Stay out there
and beat the hell out of him. We’ll see if that’s the plan here.”
Cannon walks over to Lyman and
nails him with a hard right. Lyman falls to the mats. (2) He slowly starts to
get up and Cannon grabs him. The crowd boos and Cannon turns and goes to whip
him into the barricade. Lyman however spins through and sends Cannon in. (3) The crowd cheers as Cannon hits the barricade. Lyman turns
and runs after him and jumps up and goes to hit a splash, but Cannon moves out
of the way. Lyman lands hard on the barricade and falls back. (4) He rolls over
as Cannon then walks over to him. (5) He drags him up and turns and goes to
drag him over to the nearby steps. (6) Lyman however stops him and nails him in
the ribs with a shot before driving him face first into the ring apron. (7) He
turns and rolls him into the ring. Simon rolls in after. Cannon starts to get
up and Lyman gets up and drives his elbow into the back of Cannon’s head,
knocking him down.
Sharper: “Lyman knocks down
Cannon. Nothing fancy. But effective.”
Knots: “And Lyman’s the one
that got him back into the ring. Maybe Cannon is looking to just take him out.
Maybe he can’t count. Both likely, but who knows.”
Cannon rolls over and Lyman
gets up and hits an elbow drop. He goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Lyman kicks out. He rolls
over. Cannon starts to slowly get up as Lyman pulls himself up and grabs
Cannon. He then knees him in the ribs and whips him across the ring. Cannon
bounces off and Lyman jumps up and hits a dropkick. The crowd cheers. Cannon
rolls over in pain as Carter applauds gleefully. Cannon grabs at the ropes and
starts to get up and he turns around to Lyman who kicks him in the ribs before
he throws him over with a snap suplex. Lyman gets up as Cannon stirs and Lyman
snapmares him over. He then hits another elbow drop and goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Cannon kicks out again. We
then see a shot backstage of Trinity Street and Lucas Knight watching from the
Monarchy locker room.
Sharper: “There you see
Trinity Street and Lucas Knight. They’re watching this match backstage so
clearly they’re confident in Cannon.”
Knots: “Is Trinity sharpening
a knife back there…oh wait…that’s just her nails.”
Sharper: “Stop.”
Knots: “What? Seriously….she’s
got anger issues. She hates everyone!”
Simon slowly gets up as Cannon
rolls over. Simon slowly lifts him up and Cannon nails him in the ribs with a
shot. Simon winces. Cannon nails him again and Simon knees Cannon in the ribs.
Simon then whips Cannon across the ring. Cannon bounces off and Simon goes for
a clothesline. Cannon ducks and bounces off the other side.
Lyman turns and Cannon kicks him in the ribs. He then throws him back with a
mat slam. The crowd ohs and Lyman holds his head in pain. He then slowly rolls
over and starts to grab at the ropes. Cannon just watches him before kicking
him in the ribs. Lyman pops up and falls back into the corner. Cannon then
walks over and steps up onto the middle turnbuckle, straddling Lyman. He then
nails him with a series of hard right hands, right to the face of Lyman. The
crowd boos with each shot. Cannon after five punches, he looks out at the crowd
and mocks them. They boo him more and Cannon then jumps up and off the middle
turnbuckle and hits a dropkick to the face of Lyman.
Lyman falls forward to his knees and then drops down to his stomach. Chris
Cannon rolls over and looks out at the crowd.
Sharper: “And that young man
who used to be a paragon of what we promoted as a true champion, a hell of a
guy…he’s bought into seizing the day and whatever Monarchy is offering.”
Knots: “Yeah…now he just needs
to get out of Kelcey’s shadow and we’ll see what he can do. This is a man who
challenged for the World Title.”
Sharper: “A title shot the
fans voted him in for.”
Knots: “Yeah, that won’t be
happening again.”
Cannon then walks over to
Lyman as he stirs and he then turns and hits a vertical suplex. Cannon smirks
as he swivels his hips and starts to get up. The crowd boos. He throws Cannon
back with a second suplex. The crowd boos some more. Cannon then starts to get
up, holding on still. He then goes to lift Lyman up, but Lyman counters with a
small package.
1!
2!
Cannon kicks out. Both men get
up and Cannon kicks Lyman in the chest. He pops up and Cannon runs into the
ropes. He bounces off and Lyman scoops him up before throwing him back with a
fallaway slam. The crowd cheers. Lyman then slowly starts to roll over as the
crowd cheers for him. Cannon grabs at the ropes and uses them to get back up.
He turns to Lyman and Lyman lifts him up and spins him out into a spinebuster.
He goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Cannon shoots his shoulder up.
Lyman rolls off. He then starts to get up.
Sharper: “Almost had him. Cannon just getting his shoulder up.”
Knots: “Almost doesn’t help
him enough. He needs to win. So does Cannon.”
Sharper: “Both have taken some
lumps lately. Who is going to get the win?”
Lyman gets up and Cannon rolls
over. Lyman pulls him up and kicks him in the ribs. He then places his head
between his legs. He hoists him up and gets him up to his shoulders, but Cannon
manages to counter into a sunset flip, but Lyman rolls through. Cannon rolls
over and Lyman kicks him in the ribs again. He then turns and whips him into
the ropes. Cannon bounces off the ropes and Lyman lifts him up, but Cannon
spins through and grabs him in a full nelson. Lyman struggles out and manages
to get an arm free, but Cannon then knees him in the back and nails him hard in
the ribs. He then locks in the full nelson again and hoists him up before
dropping him down onto his knee with the Set-Piece. The crowd ohs and boos.
Cannon then hooks the leg.
1!
2!
3!
The crowd boos. Cannon then
looks down at Lyman. He glances at Cailey Carter who just look
on in the ring. Cannon then gets up as he has his arm raised.
Sharper: “Cannon with the
Set-Piece wins it here.”
Knots: “And Simon Lyman’s
success against Monarchy continues to slide.”
Sharper: “And that’s only
going to frustrate, but hopefully motivate…I can only hope. For
Simon’s sake. For Donovan Kayl’s sake…”
Cannon then looks over at
Simon again before stepping out of the ring. He drops down and smiles as he
starts to head to the back. Simon Lyman stirs in the ring, holding his back as
Cailey Carter enters the ring and checks on him as he starts to stir. Cannon
continues on his way to the back and we go backstage.
The scene cuts backstage as we
see Jessica Winters standing at the SCW interview area.
Jessica: “Please welcome at
this time, Blitzkrieg, with Typhoid Mary and Celeste Mallory.”
The crowd boos as Blitzkrieg
comes into view and Typhoid Mary walks over with him. Celeste Mallory stands
next to Blitzkrieg and Jessica turns to Typhoid Mary. Mary just smiles.
Jessica: “Earlier tonight, the
Blood Grove attempted to attack Jessica Lasiewicz. Brittany Lohan interpreted
this as an attack on her. Was this the case?”
Mary just smiles.
Mary: “If she wants it to be,
then all the power to her. See, Brittany is now showing that she’s not got much
left and frankly, she didn’t have much left when I mentored her. Blitzkrieg is
doing a service to her. And in the process, well, Red figured that Jessica
Lasiewicz didn’t need to be alone and we figured there may be a chance to add
to the ranks. Her family got in the way. Honourable really.
But foolish. See, nothing will stop Blood Grove and I
say that because my Titan here will destroy anyone in our way. And that frankly
means Brittany Lohan. So if she wants to divide and conquer, she wants to come
after us….My Titan welcomes it, don’t you.”
Mary turns to Blitzkrieg and
Jessica cautiously puts the microphone up to him.
Blitzkrieg: “Brittany…your
downfall will be my will. See you at Rise to Greatness.”
The crowd boos as the camera
focuses on Blitzkrieg as he just continues to look out. Mary smiles as Celeste
Mallory does the same. The scene fades to black.
COMMERCIAL:
“Hail to the King” plays and
the crowd starts to boo loudly. The cameras turn to the entrance way as we see
Silas Mason walk out from the back. Katie Steward is out first with TJ Johnson.
We then see Sienna Swann who glances back as B.Real walks out and we then see
Regan Street. The crowd just boos the group.
Sharper: “You notice that
Silas’ World is looking a bit less populated and thankfully that’s due to
Angelica Jones and Harmony Fisher realizing that he’s a snake oil salesman with
an abusive history.”
Knots: “They’re throwing their
careers away and for what? For what? He has three
champions right now. It just cut the dead weight.”
Silas Mason then turns and motions
to his clients and tells them to start to head to the ring. Katie Steward goes
down first with TJ Johnson and Silas turns to Sienna Swann. Sienna Swann
follows with B.Real walking with her. Regan just looks at Silas. Silas tells
her to head to the ring. Regan then looks at Sienna, who looks back, before
starting to follow them down to the ring. Silas Mason takes up the rear.
Sharper: “Regan Street…I just
hope she hasn’t done too much damage here to her career.”
Knots: “Oh please! Silas Mason
says she’ll be champion. She’ll be champion!”
Katie enters the ring with TJ
as B.Real hops onto the apron and holds the ropes open for Sienna Swann. Swann
enters the ring and Regan Street then follows. Silas Mason walks over to the
ring and walks up the steel steps. The crowd boos some more as Silas then
enters the ring. He walks around the ring before turning and looking at Sienna.
Sienna says something to Silas and Silas responds with something before he
turns and heads over to the corner and snaps at Jason Phillips for a
microphone. He’s handed on and turns back to the middle of the ring. The crowd
continues to boo as his music fades out and Silas just glares at the crowd.
Sharper: “He is a disgusting
human being.”
Knots: “He just does what he
needs to to get results. It’s not for everyone!”
Sharper: “Give me a break….You
can’t believe that!”
Silas looks around before
holding the microphone up to his mouth.
Silas: “It looks like we got
another traitor in the midst….Baby Red…you just made the biggest mistake of
what’s left of yer career. Ya should be trustin’
yerself more than say yer daughter or others who have nowhere near the
experience ya have….but if ya wanna be dumb, and lose all of the opportunities
I can give ya, I’ll happily let ya drown.”
Silas smirks.
Silas: “Ya can join mah whore,
Baby Cakes and Brittany in the other failures who couldn’t handle the fact that
they really aren’t champions worthy of bein’ guarded by me. But while I could
just let y’all just run free and fail by yerselves, I am somewhat of a
humanitarian.”
Sharper: “Please.”
Silas looks around as the
crowd boos.
Silas: “See, I still own, at
least two of ya…Baby Cakes…Baby Red…freedom don’t come
cheap. And I was ready to have ya just sit at home for the rest of yer careers.
Force ya to find other work. Make sure that ya never make a dime from this
industry again. And any ya do…it goes to me.”
Silas pauses as more boos come
from the crowd. A “Silas sucks!” chant starts.
Sharper: “I happen to agree
with the crowd.”
Knots: “What?”
Silas just smirks.
Silas: “Nah, but I know many
others who do.”
Silas smirks as the crowd boos
some more.
Silas: “Now, I was ready to
end yer careers, but Baby Face had a helluva idea. Earlier tonight, she said…why
don’t we just show them what they’re gonna lose out on. And at Rise to
Greatness, we take Baby Cakes, Baby Red…and her dumbass daughter and put them
up against my world.”
Silas smirks.
Silas: “And y’all can thank
Baby Face for it…she’ll be leading the team that is gonna make your fate…And
the best part is…if y’all want to compete, ya need to agree because I control
yer bookins’. It’s up to yer daughter if she’ll sign up too. Because if y’all
win, y’all beat Baby Face, Baby Goddess and Baby Cat…I’ll rip up yer contracts
and Baby Red, Baby Cakes, you can fail on yer own. But if mah world wins….all
three ya are banned from wrasslin’ period…”
Silas laughs as he just
smirks. He turns to Sienna.
Silas: “Thank ya Baby Face…I
knew ya had the mind of a champion too.”
Silas steps back as Sienna
smiles a bit and turns to Regan. Regan just looks at her. Sienna nods and Regan
just watches her as Silas turns and points to the back. “Hail to the King”
plays as the boos continue.
Sharper: “I don’t believe it.
He’s forcing them to put their careers on the line.”
Knots: “He’s fair. They win,
they prove they’re better off, then they’re free! And
Jessica Lasiewicz, let’s see how strongly she feels about Silas!”
Sharper: “That’s right. She
has choice, but even Silas is manipulating that.”
Katie exits the ring with
Regan Street, Sienna Swann, B.Real and TJ Johnson. Silas exits last. He then
takes the rear as Silas’ World slowly starts to head to the back. The crowd
boos Silas still as he just smiles on his way to the back.
COMMERCIAL:
We open up backstage,
returning from commercial, to the locker room of Angelica Jones, Kayla Jones
and Jessica Lasiewicz, with Brittany Lohan. Marisa Condolesa is in the locker
room with them. The crowd cheers.
Marisa: “Welcome back to Breakdown.
I am here with Jessica Lasiewicz, the Jones Family and Brittany Lohan. The
challenge has been made by Silas’ World. The terms are what they are. The
question is whether you will take the risk and stand with your mother and
Harmony Fisher at Rise to Greatness.”
Angelica and Kayla just look
at Jessica as she looks right at Marisa Condolesa.
Jessica: “Do I really have to
answer? Not only do I get a chance to help my mother regain her career and
integrity, but I get to try and knock Silas on his ass by humiliating him at
Rise to Greatness. I’ll be there and ready to go. And if I go down, we go
down….We’re going to down swinging. That’s for damn
sure.”
The crowd cheers. Angelica
Jones just smiles at Jessica as Jessica turns and we cut away.
Tommy Valentine vs. Amy Chastaine
The arena's lights cut out
completely, plunging the whole room into darkness for several seconds before
the screens light up to display a countdown.

NOW!
The screens show static for a few seconds before going dark once more. The
black screen starts to pulse now like a heartbeat and on each pulse that
reverberates round the arena, a shot of Thomas in various poses is shown before
reverting to the blackness until the next pulse that sounds like a bass drum
beat with increasing volume until a final shot of him holding the SCW Title
aloft after winning the match at Taking Hold Of The Flame is Shown and remains
until two green fireworks shoot from the rafters and explode on the ramp. The explosion
drifts across the ramp before the beginning chords to "Darkest Of Kin" by Maylene And The Sons Of Disaster, hits.
“ALL OF YOU, GO ABOUT YOUR DAY, NEVER TRULY LIVING!
WALKING SO CLOSE TO DEATH, LETS ME KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO BE ALIVE! IT'S WHERE I
FIND MY HIGH. TERROR THIS WORLD HAS NEVER SEEN. LOOK IN MY EYES, SEE WHAT I'VE
DONE! ALWAYS ON THE MOVE, HELL COMES ALONG!”
A shot of "Thorn" going for the Swanton from the top of a chamber pod
at Under Attack 2009 is shown in slow motion as he misses it and hits nothing
but canvas.
"STAND UP, FISTS OUT - I WOULDN'T HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY!"
A shot now of him hitting the Socially Unacceptable Moonsault stomp from the
top rope onto Justin Davis is shown, the impact punctuated by the last word of
the verse before a shadowed figure can be seen standing in front of the curtain
at the top of the ramp.
"STAND UP, FISTS OUT - THIS IS THE REAL THING!"
As the last word echoes, the lights start to strobe again briefly as the song
reverbrates throughout the arena now, causing the fans to start cheering.
The lights finally flicker back on and Thomas Valentine can now be seen on top
of the arena's ramp in a set of shades with a custom logo on the lens, as he
looks out into the audience that are now cheering loudly, chanting his name in
some cases. He stops and smiles a little before spinning around away from the
fans and holding his arms outwards before making a beckoning motion with his
hands, fireworks shoot out at the top of the ramp again in a burst before he spins
one hundred and eighty degrees and resumes walking down to the ring again.
"BABY I'M BAD, I'M THE FEAR IN YOUR EYES. THAT
HATE IN YOUR HEART HAS BEEN BRANDED WITH MY NAME!"
As he walks past the barrier he looks out into the crowds and goes to high five
as many fans as possible before moving on down the ramp, revelling in their
adoration and cheers before he slides underneath the ropes and immediately runs
to the corner and climbs the turnbuckle, making beckoning gestures again before
smiling at all the fans in the crowds. He jumps down and does the same to all
the turnbuckles before standing still in the centre, cranking his neck. Thomas
then takes the sunglasses off and hands them to the referee, telling him to
keep them safe before waiting for his opponent.
Sharper: “Tommy Valentine has
made clear his desire to make waves in the lead-up to Rise to Greatness. He put
it off last week to help David Helms and spoke to Syren. We’re not sure much
about that conversation.”
Knots: “Except that he’s an
idiot. Who cares about your friend? Focus on yourself!”
"Hell &
Consequences" by Stone Sour begins as the lights flash blue and white in
beat to the music. A video plays behind her with highlights of some of Amy's
spots.
Yeahhhh!
Amy comes out from behind the curtain, and walks to the top of the ramp, and
flips her hair out of her face before raising an arm over hear head. She starts
down the ramp, keeping her eyes on the ring, and greeting a fan or two along
the way.
I’m not a victim,
till I let you take me down.
I'm not a target in the sites of your mercy,
I never asked for anything,
I'm not asking now.
Amy gets in the ring by sliding under the bottom rope.
I will not be afraid,
I will not be afraid.
She nips up and goes to the second rope in the corner near the ring steps, and
poses for the fans, one arm in the air, the other on her hip.
I’ve done this on my own
and I don’t care what you do to me,
I won't hand over what is mine
Amy hops down and goes to the opposite corner, and does the same pose.
I've done this for too long,
to let you take it away from me,
it's too late to stop me
cause I refuse to die.
Amy gets down and awaits the start of her match as the music fades and the
light stop flashing.
Sharper: “Tommy Valentine is
going to be in tough tonight. Amy Chastaine is someone to look out for in SCW
in the very near future. She’s already taken the fight to some of the best.”
Knots: “Nearly beat Red Rayne
for the Adrenaline Title.”
Sharper: “And we can now
confirm that she will be teaming with Andrew Raynes at Rise to Greatness
against Adrenaline Rush. The winning team will have a World Tag Team
Championship shot. Big opportunity for both pairings.”
Amy Chastaine looks at Tommy
Valentine as the crowd roars a bit. The bell sounds. Tommy then comes out of
the corner. Amy Chastaine watches him and Tommy then goes for a hard right, but
Chastaine ducks. She then kicks him in the thigh before kicking him in the
ribs. She nails him with a forearm before going for another kick. Tommy catches
it though. Tommy then throws the leg up and Chastaine back flips out of it. The crowd ohs. Tommy goes for a clothesline, but Amy ducks.
Tommy stops and turns around and Chastaine hits a back kick to the ribs. Tommy
bends over and Amy then jumps up and hits a front dropkick to the face. Tommy
falls over.
Sharper: “And Chastaine shows
she may be the faster of the two.”
Knots: “Tommy maybe just
showing that he didn’t do enough scouting. She’s ready.”
Tommy starts to get up and Amy
clubs him in the back. She then clubs him again and spins him around. She kicks
him in the ribs and Tommy falls back to the corner. Amy then steps up and goes
to nail him with a hard right and then another, but Tommy shoves her off. Amy
rolls through. She gets up and runs back over to Tommy. She nails a couple more
shots and Tommy shoves her off again. She gets up and Tommy then runs out and
nails her with a clothesline. The crowd cheers a bit. Amy starts to get up and
Tommy kicks her in the ribs and hits a snapmare. He then runs into the ropes in
front of Amy and dives forward, nailing Amy with a diving clothesline. The
crowd cheers.
Knots: “Jesus! Take her head
off why don’t you.”
Sharper: “Hard clothesline,
nearly takes her out. It may be it. Cover here.”
Tommy goes for the pin.

2!
Chastaine kicks out. Tommy
gets up. Chastaine starts to pulls herself up. Tommy grabs him and turns before
throwing her into the corner. Tommy then knees her in the ribs. Tommy turns and
whips her across the ring. Tommy runs after and Chastaine jumps up and floats
over Tommy. She steps back. Tommy then turns around and Chastaine jumps up and
snaps him off with a frankensteiner. The crowd roars. Both competitors get up
and Chastaine jumps up for a second frankensteiner, but Tommy blocks it and
counters with a sitout powerbomb.
1!

Amy gets her shoulder up and
rolls over. Tommy then rolls over with her and pulls her up in a gutwrench. He
then hoists her up and hits a sitout gutwrench powerbomb. The crowd cheers.
1!
2!
Chastaine kicks out again.
Sharper: “Two big powerbombs
and Tommy Valentine showing his strength and Chastaine is in a world of pain.”
Knots: “Hell, keep doing that.
Clear advantage of him!”
Chastaine starts to get up and
Tommy grabs her. He then grabs her from behind. He goes for a back suplex, but
Chastaine back flips through. Tommy runs forward and into the ropes, but
Chastaine hits a dropkick to the face. The crowd roars. Chastaine then turns
and crawls over to the ropes. She exits to the apron before climbing up to the
top rope. Tommy slowly gets up, holding his face. He turns to Chastaine who
then dives off with a top rope front dropkick. The crowd cheers. Chastaine then
goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Tommy pushes her off. He then
slowly starts to get up. Chastaine rolls over and grabs at the ropes. She gets
up as Tommy gets to his feet. She runs at him and jumps up and ends up on his
shoulders. She then takes him over into a victory roll.
1!
2!
Tommy kicks out again. Both
get up and Chastaine turns and goes for a superkick. The crowd ohs, but Tommy catches it and spins her out. She turns to him and Tommy
then jumps up and hits a crescent kick, knocking Chastaine down to the mat. The crowd ohs and roars. Tommy then walks around as
Chastaine starts to get up.
Sharper: “Chastaine knocked
down. Countered one kick with one of his own.”
Knots: “And Tommy is thinking
about something. Sizing her up.”
Chastaine gets up and Tommy
then jumps up and drops her with the Griever’s Bane. The crowd roars. Tommy
turns and hooks the leg.
1!
2!
3!
The crowd cheers. Tommy rolls
off and gets up. The referee raises his arm as he looks around. His music plays
throughout the arena. Chastaine stirs a bit and Tommy turns and celebrates in
the ring. The crowd cheers him as they look on.
Sharper: “Well he said he’d
make waves. He did tonight with a strong victory over Amy Chastaine.”
Knots: “Yeah, but now what?
He’s always been able to win.”
Sharper: “I’m sure he has
something on his mind. In previous years, he’s helped with the Scaffold
Scramble and other concepts.”
Tommy continues to celebrate
in the ring as Chastaine stirs and we cut backstage.
We open up backstage to Spirit
Dansby standing backstage with Collin Cole.
Spirit: “I am here backstage
with Collin Cole, and Collin, just moments ago, we got
this confirmed from Mr. D himself, you will face Gable Winchester and Chris
Cannon at Rise to Greatness weekend for an Adrenaline Championship shot.”
Cole just smiles.
Cole: “I’ve had a rough 2015.
It’s not been my best, but at the same time, I’ve been waiting for my chance to
turn it around. Chris Cannon, he may have turned it around tonight. Gable
Winchester has been doing well for a while. Rise to Greatness, stakes just got
raised. As for me…I won my first Adrenaline Championship at Rise to Greatness a
few years ago. I think this year, I earn another opportunity. Sounds like
poetic justice to me.”
Spirit: “Thank you for your
time Collin.”
Cole: “Thanks.”
“Immortals” then starts to
play as the Breakdown logo comes up. We see a shot of CHBK walking down the
hallway with Mikaela Street.
Sharper: “Thank you Spirit.
And when we return, we’re going to hear from CHBK, here on Breakdown!”
The scene then slowly fades to
black.
COMMERCIAL:
We return to Breakdown to see
Amy Chastaine in the backstage area with Andrew Raynes. Raynes is trying to
cheer Chastaine up.
Raynes: “It’s fine. You had a
hell of an effort. He’s a former World Champion.”
Chastaine: “Yeah, but I need
to get over that hump.”
We then see Adrenaline Rush
who is with Stacy Kissinger. Kissinger heads over. Rayne looks up.
Rayne: “Stacy…not now.”
Kissinger: “Look, I’m not here
to rub anythin’ in her face about tonight. I hope she was watchin’ last week.
I’m lookin’ out for them.”
Chastaine turns to Kissinger.
Chastaine: “No Stacy…I saw
someone looking to make sure they’re relevant and you’re using them. I don’t
trust ya. But if you’re so good for em, Andrew tells me that we’re facing Adrenaline
Rush at Rise to Greatness. We’ve beaten them once. We’ll do it again and get
that title shot. But if you’re that good, you may be the difference.”
Thomas: “We’re going to be
ready for you.”
Chastaine: “I don’t doubt it.”
Tucker: “Oh God…”
Kissinger calms Tyler Tucker
down.
Kissinger: “Amy…I’ll take that
challenge if it gets ya to see my true meanin’.”
Kissinger turns and heads off.
Thomas looks at Chastaine as Tucker waves weakly and then heads off. Chastaine
and Raynes watch them leave as we cut away.
“This is How a Heart Breaks”
starts to play. The crowd roars and then boos as we see CHBK walk out from the
back with Mikaela Street by his side. He looks around as the
boos continue. He just smirks as he walks down towards the ring with
Mikaela following him down.
Sharper: “Last week, CHBK was
teamed with Shilo Valiant against Trinity Street and Lucas Knight, challenging
for the World Tag Team Titles and well, this stunning turn of events happened.”
Knots: “Yeah…CHBK decided,
nope! Not tonight!”
BREAKDOWN – LAST WEEK:
Shilo turns and Trinity gets up and Shilo nails her with
a clothesline, knocking her over the top rope to the floor. Shilo turns and
goes over to Lucas and grabs him, but Lucas nails him in the ribs and then
again. Shilo staggers back. Suddenly, CHBK nails Shilo with the Bittersweet
Ending. The crowd ohs. The scene cuts again to show
Shilo staggering back from another angle and CHBK hitting the Bittersweet
Ending again. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.
Sharper: “CHBK cost himself
and Shilo Valiant the World Tag Team Titles and after the match, CHBK made it
clear, he didn’t want to team with Shilo. He merely was giving him a receipt!”
We return live to see CHBK
walking around the ring as Mikaela Street dances a bit and CHBK chuckles. He
then is handed a microphone as he looks around the arena. The crowd boos as
CHBK just smirks as his music fades out.
CHBK: “Wasn’t last week
entertaining? Didn’t it put you on the edge of your seat? I know I loved the
part when Shilo turned around and got his head taken off by yours truly with a
beautifully placed superkick to the jaw. How about you
Mikaela?”
Mikaela nods and smiles.
CHBK: “It’s
official…Shilo Valiant was part of entertainment! That work for you?”
The crowd boos as CHBK looks
around the arena. The camera pans around as the crowd boos CHBK.
CHBK: “Well it worked for me.
See, I gave you a bit of a reminder that you need to watch your step at times
Shilo. I appreciate that you came out a couple of weeks ago when Trinity Street
and Lucas Knight, in their continuous murderous rage since they clearly can’t
just move on, a death knell in this business, and made it a bit easier for me
to move on myself. But I didn’t appreciate you dumping me on my head. And so, I
did what any person who grew up wrestling in the era I did would do….and that’s
return the favour.”
CHBK smirks. The crowd boos.
CHBK: “I’m sorry you’re not
adding another Tag Title to your illustrious legacy, but the fact of the matter
is that while I wouldn’t holding some gold again in SCW before I hang up the
boots for good, I’d rather do it with someone that I’ll actually want to spend
some time with. Because in fact, that only time I held the World Tag Titles was
with on Steve Griffin and I took him out before he could take me out. And
Shilo, I’m a bit too old to keep watching my back every twelve seconds. I’d
rather just get it out in the open my feelings and hopefully you don’t mind
that I get the last laugh…”
CHBK smirks.
CHBK: “I know that’s one of
your schticks…literally…but Shilo, it’s over. You
brought some entertainment to SCW. A martyr to the cause.
Now…if you’ve still got your problem with Monarchy, that’s fine. Go for it.
Play your games. Have your spotlight. That’s fine. But Shilo, thank you for
letting me finally give you some use.”
“NECRO!”
The crowd roars. CHBK just
looks out and brings his microphone down, shaking his head. He starts to slowly
look around as Mikaela does the same. We then hear some laughing as the crowd
cheers too. The lights then go out. The crowd roars as the lights remain out
for just a moment longer and we then see the spotlight shine down on the ring
and we see CHBK looking out to the crowd before turning around and seeing Shilo
Valiant standing in the middle of the ring. Notably he doesn’t have a
microphone in his hand, and instead has a headset microphone. Mikaela backs up
a bit as CHBK looks at Shilo. Shilo just laughs a bit.
Shilo: “Oh Heartbreak…you’re
getting lazy in your old age. The Master of Mind Games with a superkick and
costing me a title…a bit pedestrian for you. But then again, you’ve not been a
master in a while. You’ve been hanging on by a thread.”
Shilo then mimicks holding a
thread and it swinging before he then holds out two
fingers and acts like he’s cutting it.
Shilo: “Well I’m here to cut
it!”
The crowd roars. CHBK just
watches Shilo Valiant.
Shilo: “Because see, my issue
was never with Monarchy…even though I wish they would try a different emotion
than anger….no, just as Hoobastank sang last time you were Tag Champ, the
reason is you, CHBK!”
The crowd roars. Shilo just
smiles.
Shilo: “Because CHBK, your act
is getting stale and frankly, I think I need to inject some life into it and so
CHBK, this is not over. You’ve not gotten the last laugh and the curtain hasn’t
even been called. All that’s happened right now…you got your receipt, but I’ve
come for a refund. And CHBK, I always collect, especially at Rise to
Greatness.”
CHBK: “Shilo…I don’t think you
realize something here. I’ve been around from the start. I’ve been at every
Rise to Greatness. Frankly, I figured it’s time for me to step back and watch
the future. And I call the shots. Not only do I have my lovely veto, I have my
Trios Contract and frankly Shilo…”
Shilo: “Hold it, hold it, hold it….I had something prepared for this….can the people
in the truck play it for me….”
CHBK looks confused as Shilo
smiles. A few moments pass and we then hear CHBK’s voice over the speakers.
CHBK: “I have my veto. I don’t have to face and frankly,
I don’t feel like it.”
The crowd boos as CHBK just
looks at Shilo.
CHBK: “What’s your point?”
Shilo smiles.
Shilo: “The once great CHBK is
a broken record. Just replaying the same hits from last year, the year before
and the nineties, eighties and God knows what else. You are the equivalent of
an Oldies station. Nothing new and that I can’t just let stand. So, Heartbreak,
I hate to break your heart, but it’s not over. And you can use your veto
clause, but I will entertain.”
Shilo smiles.
Shilo: “And the spotlight is
quickly leaving you…”
The spotlight then starts to
dim before focusing only on Shilo, leaving CHBK in darkness.
Shilo: “Necro!”
Shilo chuckles as CHBK then
goes for a hard right, but Shilo blocks it. CHBK then spins out and drops
down to the floor. Mikaela exits too. The crowd roars.
Sharper: “CHBK tried for a
sucker punch! Shilo was ready!”
Knots: “Come on! This is
blatant disrespect of a legend. He’s not an Oldies station. He’s one of the
best.”
Sharper: “But at some point,
the world moves on.”
Shilo just smiles as he turns
and looks at CHBK. CHBK storms around the ring and over to
the end of the entrance ramp. Mikaela follows him as CHBK storms to the
back. Shilo continues to stand in the ring as “Sin with a Grin” plays.
We then cut backstage to see
Dylan Howell pacing backstage with Marisa Condolesa. The crowd boos seeing him.
Condolesa: “I’m here with
Dylan Howell and Dylan, you asked for some time to speak-“
Howell: “Yeah, I did. Tonight,
is one of the biggest BS nights I’ve ever seen. Collin
Cole, Gable Winchester and Chris Cannon get a shot at an Adrenaline Title shot
over me. Is that really legit? Come on….We’ve got two asswipes in the main
event. We’ve got three of Donovan Kayl’s snot-nosed pricks, who probably can’t
even walk without help, getting a match at Rise to Greatness. What the hell kind
of ship is Mr. D running…”
Howell shakes his head.
Howell: “Well you know what, I’m going to make sure something is righted here. This
little Youth Movement, I’m going to teach them what wrestling really is by
kicking their ass and beating the hell out of them and ending their hopes for
stardom before they start. And if they have a problem, I dare them to come out
here next week and call me out. I may just make it so they don’t even get the
shot. I’m sick of this and I’m going to start napalming my way to what I want!”
The crowd boos as Dylan Howell
storms off. Marisa Condolesa watches him walk off.
Knots: “Testify, brother!”
“Immortals” starts to play as
the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a shot of Jake Starr
before a shot of Selena Frost. We then see both.
Sharper: “Dylan Howell
mentioned it. Jake Starr faces Selena Frost in our main event, and it’s next! Don’t go anywhere!”
The scene then fades to black.
COMMERCIAL:
Jake Starr vs. Selena Frost
"BELIEVE IT!"
At the sound of the familiar call, the true-believers are immediately on their
feet in cheers as "What I Believe" by Skillet brings forth a barrage purple-blue lights in the design of snowflakes
across the arena. From the back, out walks The Snow Queen, herself, Selena Frost.
With a twirl amongst the lights and snowflakes, Frost slowly strolls down the
ramp, her platinum-white hair in a long-braid swishing this way and that.
Looking around the arena, Selena smiles at the voice of her
true-believers before sliding into the ring. Inside, the Winter Diamond
is quickly on her feet, stepping into the center of the ring as all the
snowflake-lights rush to form a large blue-white snowflake-shaped light over
Selena. Raising her arms, the Defier of Worlds looks up at the lights before
they return to normal.
Sharper: “Selena Frost about
to do battle with Jake Starr in our main event here tonight in Detroit. But you
know Rise to Greatness has to be on her mind.”
Knots: “Only eighteen days
before she’s going to be a bald little snowball. A bloody bald little snowball if Dawn Lohan gets her way.”
The arena lights slowly fade
to black, and the sharp opening chords of "This Fire" by Killswitch
Engage boom through the speaker system. The skull of the Social Misfits begins
to flicker on the jumbotron like a strobe light, and the spotlights do the
same, as one ultimately focuses its beam right on the entrance right as the
first scream echoes. As the words of the first verse begin to play, Jake Starr
slowly emerges from the locker room, carrying his chair in his right hand.
After looking over the torn crowd with a callous and cocky smirk on his face,
he slowly unfolds the battered piece of steel and sets it down in front of
himself, ultimately straddling it and leaning forward. The reaction from the
crowd is more negative than it has ever been in his career, and he almost
thrives on the negative energy pouring in his direction. As the crowd gets
louder, trying to rattle him, and in very few cases, support him, his smile
grows more and more, showing a sense of arrogance growing by the moment. He
slowly leans back, extending his arms to the side, and making a motion for the
crowd to give it to him the best way they can, and the crowd responds by
cheering and jeering as loud as they can.
As the chorus ends, Jake springs up and grabs the chair. He begin
walking toward the ring, and Jake folds the chair back up.
This is the broken ground
Misery begins to rise.
Turn away from yesterday,
tomorrow's in my eyes.
Nevermore to be held down
by the wings of history.
Nevermore to be cast aside,
this day is mine.
After he reaches ringside, Jake climbs the stairs. Getting on the ring apron,
he ascends to the second turnbuckle, and takes in the crowd reactions to each
side, smirking again. He then jumps into the ring, grabbing the chair with both
hands, and slamming it hard right into the middle of the ring. He then looks
camera side, placing his left foot on the bottom rope, right foot on the
middle, bracing himself with his left hand, and holding the chair above his
head, and mouthing the words, "THIS IS MY TIME!" Jake then bounces
himself up and turns back to the ring.
Sharper: “We saw Jake earlier
tonight when he went after James Evans. James Evans I’m sure is watching.”
Knots: “Merrick Wiseman too.
He’s got it in for Starr and Evans. And I’m fine with that.”
Jake then turns around and
goes to nail Selena with the chair, but she suddenly jumps up and hits a
spinning heel kick into the chair, knocking it back into Jake’s face. Jake falls back, dropping the chair as it bounces off the apron and
to the ropes. The crowd roars. The referee turns and pushes the chair
out of the ring. Selena looks at Jake as Jake stumbles up to the corner and
Selena runs over and jumps up and hits a huge running dropkick to the jaw of
Jake. Jake falls over and drops down to the floor as the referee calls for the
bell starting the match. The crowd roars as Jake rolls over to the floor.
Sharper: “The match has
started. Jake already on the floor as his attack failed!”
Knots: “He tried to catch her
offguard. She was ready! And the ref…he’s not in the ring!”
Sharper: “I don’t think Starr
has made friends with the officials as of late!”
Jake stirs. (1) Selena then
watches him as she actually remains in the ring. Starr slowly pulls himself up
by the announce table and staggers back. (2) He shakes off the dropkick and
looks at Selena before rolling into the ring. He gets up and Selena moves in
and feigns a forearm shot, but then kicks him in the ribs. She then jumps up
and hits a kick to the chest and then jumps up and hits another dropkick. Starr
hits the mat. Selena goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Starr kicks out. He rolls over
and Selena gets up. She stomps him in the back and then again and again. Starr
rolls to the ropes. Selena then stomps him again. The referee backs her up as
Starr grabs at the ropes.
Sharper: “Selena all over
Starr. Aggressive in this one. She may be showing
something to Dawn.”
Knots: “Or just knows that
Starr will do anything to win.”
Selena backs up and walks
around before Starr gets up. Selena moves back in and Starr thumbs her in the
eye. Selena staggers back. The crowd boos as Starr then nails her with a diving
clothesline to the back. Selena falls over. Starr then mounts her back and
nails her with a series of hard right hands to the back of Selena Frost’s head.
The crowd boos some more. Starr then gets up and walks around the ring. He
holds his jaw and winces a bit. Selena starts to slowly get up and Starr runs
over and stomps her in the back of the head. She falls down to the mat. The
crowd boos some more.
Sharper: “A vicious stomp. Starr showing his anger.”
Knots: “Well he’s always
angry.”
Starr then grabs Selena and
lifts her up before throwing her over and into the corner. Starr then nails her
with a back elbow and then another before backing up and sizing her up and then
kicking her in the ribs. He pulls her out and hits a short-arm clothesline.
Selena hits the mat. Starr goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Selena kicks out. She rolls
over and Starr gets up. Selena starts to pull herself up and Starr grabs her
and forearms her in the back. Starr then spins her around and pushes her to the
ropes before then whipping her across. Selena bounces off the ropes and Starr goes
to clothesline her, but Selena ducks underneath. She bounces off the other side
and Starr turns and Selena jumps up and goes for a crossbody. Starr goes down.
1!
2!
Starr kicks out. Both get up
and Starr hits a dropkick to Selena. The crowd boos.
Sharper: “Dropkick to the jaw.
Stops any hope for Selena turning it around there.”
Knots: “Caught her right in
the jaw.”
Sharper: “And now Starr heading to the corner. Only bad
things on his mind.”
Starr exits to the apron and
climbs up to the top rope. Selena starts to get up and shakes off the impact
and gets up to her feet only for Starr to dive off and club her in the back
with a double axe handle smash. Selena falls to the mat. Starr then rolls her
over and hooks the leg.
1!
2!
Selena kicks out again. Starr
gets up and drags her up. Starr then hits a vertical suplex. Selena winces.
Starr gets up and runs into the ropes. He bounces off and hits an elbow drop.
He goes for another pin.
1!
2!
Selena kicks out again. Starr
gets up as Selena stirs. Starr drags him up. Starr then turns and whips her
into the corner. Starr runs after her, but Selena gets her boot up. Starr
staggers back. Selena then climbs up to the top rope and dives back with a moonsault
into Starr. The crowd roars. She rolls through.
Sharper: “Moonsault takes down
Starr. Selena now has an opening. She needs to act here.”
Knots: “Starr’s probably
already thinking of a counter though.”
Starr starts to get up and
Selena turns and runs over and hits a spinning heel kick, knocking him down.
Starr slowly starts to get up and Selena then runs up behind him and grabs his
head before jumping over the top rope and hanging him up, throat first on the
top rope. Selena lands on the floor as Starr falls
back, holding his throat. Selena then climbs up to the apron and looks around.
She climbs up to the top rope. She looks at Starr and dives off and hits a top
rope splash. She goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Starr pushes her off. The
crowd sighs. Selena starts to get up and walks around. Starr starts to get up.
Selena grabs him and kicks him in the ribs. She spins him into the corner.
Selena then goes to whip him across, but Starr spins through and sends Selena
in. Selena tries to counter as she jumps up to float over as Starr runs in, but
Starr stops and turns, catching her before swinging her into a sitout Alabama
slam. The crowd ohs.
Sharper: “Oh! What impact!”
Knots: “That’s that!”
Sharper: “And right into a
pin!”
1!
2!
Selena shoots her shoulder up.
The crowd roars. Starr looks out and shoves Selena back as he looks up at the
official. Starr gets up and gets into his face. The official reminds him who is
in charge and Starr turns to Selena and grabs her before clubbing her in the
back. He clubs her again before then whipping her into the ropes. She bounces
off and Starr goes for a clothesline. Selena ducks and stops.
Starr turns and Selena grabs his arm and wrenches it before hitting the
Paydirt. The crowd ohs. Starr falls back to the mat. Selena
rolls over and goes to the ropes. She then slowly starts to get up. We then see
Dawn Lohan making her way from the back.
Sharper: “Selena Frost getting
up after taking down Starr with the Paydirt.”
Knots: “We have company!”
Sharper: “I thought she wanted
to be done with Selena, or is she looking to take her out before Rise to
Greatness, that restraining order be damned!”
Dawn Lohan runs down to the
ring and slides into the ring. She gets up and Selena moves over to her and
Dawn nails her with a hard right and Selena fires back. They trade blows in the
ring as the crowd roars. The bell sounds. Selena and Dawn get a few more shots
on one another, going back and forth until Selena manages to kick her in the
ribs and throws her to the floor. Selena drops down and rolls to the floor only
for Dawn to spear her back into the barricade. Dawn gets up and forearms her
hard and then again before trying to tackle her over the barricade. Both go up
and over. Starr starts to get up and looks around, clearly unsure of what is
going. He then gets to his feet when we suddenly see James Evans run out from
the back with a steel chair.
Sharper: “Dawn Lohan takes
Selena Frost over the barricade. They’re in the crowd!”
Knots: “Evans! James Evans is
coming with a gift for Starr!”
Sharper: “And Starr still
doesn’t know what the hell is going on! I don’t even know if he knows the match
is over!”
Starr starts to get up as
James Evans slides into the ring. We see Selena nail Dawn as Dawn staggers into
the crowd. Selena follows as Starr turns around and James Evans nails him in
the knees with the steel chair. The crowd ohs. Starr
falls to the mat. James then lifts the chair up and slams it into Jake’s back.
We cut back to Selena and Dawn to see Selena nailing Dawn again before Dawn
reaches out and starts trying to choke Selena.
Sharper: “James Evans takes
down Starr’s knees!”
Knots: “And Dawn I think is
trying to take out Selena! She’s choking him!”
Sharper: “Things have broken
down here in Detroit!”
James Evans then nails Starr
again. James yells at Starr as the crowd roars again.
James: “Jake…you’re not gonna
be a factor. Last week was the warning. Tonight…I’m just gonna end ya now!”
James Evans goes to lift the
chair up as we then see Tommy Valentine running out from the back and sliding
into the ring. He grabs James by the arm and spins him around before hitting
him with the Griever’s Bane! The crowd roars and cheers. Starr rolls over,
holding his back in pain.
Sharper: “Valentine! Tommy
Valentine out here! Why the hell did he just take out James
Evans?!”
Knots: “What the hell kind of
wave was that?! James Evans was going to do the wrestling equivalent to curing
cancer!”
Sharper: “I don’t know…Maybe
this is for Helms?”
Jake Starr rolls over still in
pain as James Evans rolls to his back. Tommy Valentine just looks at him as
Jake Starr continues to writhe in pain. The crowd cheers Tommy as many still
watch as Selena and Dawn trade blows in the crowd. We show them again as Selena
nails Dawn a few more times as security tries to separate them. Tommy remains
in the ring, looking at James Evans before shaking his head and then backing
off. He then looks at Jake Starr before scoffing a him
and dropping to the ground. The scene slowly fades to black…
