We see the SCW Breakdown logo come up on the screen before we see a shot of Kelcey Wallace walking out to the ring with Chris Cannon and then showing Sienna Swann hitting the Slice of Heaven on Jake Starr. This is followed by a shot of Selena Frost locking the Frost’s Bite on Angelica Jones before showing Donovan Kayl hitting the Point Blank on CHBK.

We then see a shot of Merrick Wiseman handcuffing Ravyn Taylor before showing Adrenaline Rush in the ring. Shots of Kennedy Street standing in the middle of the ring posing, followed by Katie Steward posing and AJ Helms and Shaun Cruze walking to the ring are shown. This is followed with a shot of Regan Street dropping Rachel Foxx with the Catnap inside Tactical Warfare before showing Jake Starr and Greg Cherry driving Shaun Cruze through the steel chair at Retribution before the SCW Breakdown logo comes back up on the screen.

 

The scene then cuts to inside the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky where pyro ignites either side of the stage and makes its way towards the center. The crowd explodes with electricity with the cameras catching glimpses of all in attendance tonight. Various signs are on full display for their favorite superstars.  The camera continues to pan the crowd before we cut to ringside and the SCW announce table to see Adam Sharper and Shawn Winters at ringside.

 

Sharper: “Welcome to the Horse Capital of the World as SCW continues to roll on to Rise to Greatness. Adam Sharper and Shawn Winters, here at ringside, for Breakdown, here in Lexington, Kentucky on this special Thursday night edition of Breakdown.”

 

Winters: “And tonight, a lot is going on. Last week, we heard of that huge ironwoman match at Rise to Greatness. Well tonight, Syren will be in action, as will Amy Chastaine. They’ll be facing Regan Street’s former, current, who the hell knows, friends in Platinum. Syren will face Selena Frost. Sienna Swann will face Amy Chastaine.”

 

Sharper: “Along with that, we have a huge Television Championship match here tonight. Shilo Valiant will challenge Ace Marshall as Ace Marshall was essentially handed the win last week, thanks to James Evnas.”

 

Winters: “Also, Dawn Lohan may get some revenge. She’ll face Merrick Wiseman tonight.”

 

Sharper: “Big night here in Lexington!”

 

The lights in the arena go dark as “Take me to Church” by Hozier plays through the dark arena.

As the bass line comes in, white strobes begin pulsing from the entryway, in rhythm with the music, illuminating the plume of smoke which is rising from the stage.

As the “Amens” ring out, the arena goes dark again and remains that way until the chorus rings out and the white light once again illuminates the entryway showing Rachel Foxx slowly emerging from the smoke. She is wearing a black zip-up hoodie with “MERCENARY” written in what looks like red paint on the back. The hood covers her head, but her emotionless eyes still stare out with a faraway look as she slowly makes her way down the ramp to the ring, never acknowledging the intense reaction of the crowd around her as an eerie calm and coldness radiates from her. At the bottom of the ramp, she slowly climbs the stairs and slowly makes her way into the ring with none of her usual theatrics.

 

Sharper: “And we start things off here in Lexington with Rachel Foxx who came out at the end of Breakdown last week, attacking Red Rayne. We’re not sure why-“

 

Winters: “We have some ideas.”

 

Sharper: “Could it be the hatred of Red Rayne? Was this what Chad Evans discussed with her? I don’t know, but she is coming to the ring, and undoubtedly has something to say about Red Rayne and maybe even James Evans.”

 

Once in the ring, she makes her way to the corner and is handed a microphone by Jason Phillips. Foxx takes it and pulls the box from the microphone with the SCW logo on it and throws it away before looking around and bringing it to her mouth.

 

Foxx: “So Red…did you expect me last week?”

 

The crowd roars.

 

Foxx: “Now I know that you’ve been hoping and praying that come Rise to Greatness, it would be you and I battling for the World Championship. But that’s just now how things turned out. Ace Marshall is our World Champion and James Evans…and trust me James, you and I will have a chat at some point too, he’s going to face him. Red, you won’t be changing that and neither will I.”

 

The crowd cheers as Foxx looks around.

 

Foxx: “But if you think that I’m facing you because I shared your desire to let you try and destroy me on the greatest stage and tie up all your loose ends…don’t worry, I remember exactly what I did to your sister a year ago. And frankly, you have yourself to blame as much as you have me because we all know that the Blood Grove ceased to be what it was. It turned into your vehicle for your desires, no one elses and just like now, you’re hoping to do it again, by yourself. THAT is why I attacked your last week.”

 

The crowd cheers as Foxx smirks. A “Rachel Foxx!” chant begins as Foxx chuckles.

 

Foxx: “And despite the fact that everyone here is looking forward to it, I am doing this for entirely different reasons than simply putting knots on your head. If it was up to me, I would’ve been out there two weeks ago, accepting Kelcey Wallace’s challenge just to shut her up as she hasn’t stopped denigrating my World Championship opportunity and reign all because she feels she’s better than me. Trust me, Kelcey…given that you needed to attack Red Rayne to cause a disqualification…it shows how pathetic you truly are and trust me, I would’ve loved bleeding you dry just to teach you a lesson…but again, we come back to Red Rayne…and again, that’s not why I came out last week….I came out last week because I’m doing someone a favour.”

 

Winters: “Chad Evans?”

 

Sharper: “I think there is something more here.”

 

Foxx: “See, over a year ago, you played these same games, just instead of with our boss and with a grown woman, you used MY son to try and send a message to me. My infant son. So I know exactly what our ownership is going through with you. And some may say I’ve mellowed. Some may say motherhood has distracted me or weakened me, but it has instead given me something more to fight for. And for that reason, I stand here as a mother united with a FATHER, and I’m not talking the father of the Holy Trinity, Red….But I am doing a FAVOUR for someone who deserves it after knowing exactly what he’s going through is what you tested with me earlier. The main difference, I gave you want you wanted. I gave you me at my most violent…and you will get that side of me again, you get what you want. But you will not have the result you wish, either at Rise to Greatness or…Tonight….”

 

The crowd roars.

 

Sharper: “Tonight?”

 

Foxx’s mouth now forms into a smile.

 

Foxx: “While Chad Evans and others have wanted me to sit back and check Red Rayne when necessary, I don’t do things that way and that’s why if Red Rayne still is anything like the woman she was when I ran with her back in the day, even when we went to clash at Rise to Greatness last year in the Thunderdome, she is going to be looking to get her hands on me as soon as possible. So Rayne, whenever you come out of hiding, whenever you’re done trying to convince Katya that you have her best interests in mine. Whenever you want to stop for a moment from messing with a man’s family, I will be here. I will be near that curtain all night long and I will give your fight right here tonight. And Rayne, we may not even need Rise to Greatness for one of us to get what we want.”

 

Foxx brings the microphone down as “Take Me to Church” starts to play throughout the arena. Foxx then turns and puts the microphone down in the ring. She turns and walks over to the corner and steps through the ropes. She drops down to the floor and starts to walk to the back.

 

Sharper: “I don’t believe this. Foxx just challenge Red Rayne to a fight here tonight on Breakdown!”

 

Winters: “We all know Rayne’s here. Half of us check the security log just to be sure. So when she comes out, we’ve got a fight here in Lexington!”

 

Foxx continues to the back and we cut to commercial.

COMMERCIAL:

We return to Breakdown to see Rachel Foxx backstage with Chad Evans standing in front of her.

 

Chad: “You had to go out there and challenge her?”

 

Foxx: “Look. I just agreed to face her. I meant everything I said. She tried this with me, now with Mr. D. I have loyalty to him only for giving me this opportunity, but frankly, if it doesn’t stop, it won’t. So, I’m just quickening the pace.”

 

Chad: “It was supposed to lead to Rise to Greatness.”

 

Foxx: “That’s your problem…not mine.”

 

Christina Matsui stands behind Chad, piping in at this point.

 

Christina: “Rachel, you’re scheduled to face Tommy Valentine tonight-“

 

Foxx: “Guess not anymore.”

 

Foxx then turns and heads off. Chad just turns to Christina.

 

Chad: “Well that was forceful. I think I know why you’re stuck being an assistant…and not even the fun type.”

 

Christina: “Excuse me.”

 

Chad smirks and walks off as we cut away.

Amy Chastaine vs. Sienna Swann

 

Blue and white lights flash in time with the music and the words:

"Tear me down, it won't build you up"

Amy Chastaine comes through the curtain just as the tempo of New Years Day's "Relentless" picks up with the chorus, the lights flashing to keep up. With one hand she flips her hair out of her face, with a confident grin, gazing out at the cheering crowd. She starts down the ramp, greeting fans along the way.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall, with a twenty minute time limit and is your opening match for the evening. On her way to the ring, from New Orleans, Louisiana, she is Amy Chastaine!”

Amy gets in the ring by hopping up on the apron, and stepping between the second and third ropes. She goes to the second rope in the corner near the ring steps, and poses for the fans, one arm in the air, the other on her hip, a smile for the cheering fans. Amy hops down and goes to the opposite corner, and does the same pose. Amy then hops down and awaits the start of her match as the music fades and the light stop flashing.

 

Sharper: “Amy Chastaine is gearing up for a huge match at Rise to Greatness. Her, Syren and Regan Street, thirty minutes, ironwoman match.”

 

Winters: “That should be a lot of fun to watch. A lot on the line. It’s not official, but everyone is talking about it. Backstage, on the internet, this could easily crown the next number one contender to the World Title.”

 

The arena goes dark. Suddenly one lone spotlight shines in entrance where smoke begins to come out and surround the stage. “Style" by Taylor Swift begins to play throughout the arena, the Tron plays the Video of her various photo-shoots, training, fighting and walking through nightclubs with men gawking over her. Then Sienna Swann walks out with her head down as the crowd roars at the beauty.

 

Phillips: “And her opponent, from Johannesburg, South Africa, she is Sienna Swann!”

 

Sienna then extends her arms and reveals the large angel wings that are part of her hooded entrance robe, she looks around at the crowd and smirks making her way to the ring, she climbs up the stairs and climbs up to the top rope, she moon saults into the ring and poses with her wings spread wide. She looks up to the rafters as a gold spotlight like the light of heaven shines down on her as gold glitter begins to rain down on the entire arena. Sienna smirks waiting for the start of the match posing and showing off her assets to the crowd as they continue to cheer.

 

Sharper: “These two have a history. There was some issue between the two months ago when Regan Street and Amy Chastaine had their initial issues. Sienna Swann got some criticism for her comments. Meanwhile, Katie Steward and TJ Johnson have been engaging in a smear campaign on her.”

 

Winters: “Yeah and trust me, it’s hard to do with Sienna, but given some of her history, they may have a point.”

 

Sharper: “It was years ago, Shawn. We expect to hear from Sienna at some point, hopefully later tonight, about that film we saw last week.”

 

The bell sounds. Sienna and Amy head towards one another and lock up in the middle of the ring with a collar and arm tie-up. Amy quickly turns into an arm wrench. Sienna winces. Amy jerks on the arm. Sienna grimaces. She then reaches up and flips forward. She nips up and cartwheels and wrenches the arm of Amy. The crowd cheers a bit as Sienna holds onto the arm. Amy pushes up and starts to power up and spins underneath and knees Sienna in the ribs. She follows up with a hip toss. Sienna hits the mat. Amy goes for the pin.

Sienna kicks out. Both get up and Amy chops Sienna. Sienna grimaces and falls back to the ropes.

 

Sharper: “Strength and experience advantage go to the former World Champion, Amy Chastaine.”

 

Winters: “And it’s not like both don’t have any motivation. Amy Chastaine knows a win over Sienna is a clear message to Regan that she still may have her number. Sienna meanwhile would love a big win to distract from what is going on with Katie!”

 

Amy grabs Sienna and whips her across the ring. Sienna bounces off the other side and Amy chops her down again. Sienna rolls over as the crowd woos. She gets up and Amy kicks her in the ribs. She then scoops her up and spins around, slamming her down. Amy jumps up and hits an elbow drop. She goes for the pin.

Sienna kicks out. Amy rolls off and starts to get up. Sienna turns and grabs at the ropes. Amy walks over and clubs her in the back. She spins her around and whips her across the ring. Sienna bounces off and Amy scoops her up, but Sienna spins through. She then jumps up and hits Amy with a high knee to the side of the head. Amy drops down. The crowd ohs.

 

Sharper: “And that vicious knee. Two people in this sport can hit knees with that precision and power. One is Sienna Swann. The other is our World Champion, Ace Marshall.”

 

Winters: “Yeah. Shilo will be looking out for that. Amy couldn’t do a damn thing there, unless she had eyes in the back of her head we didn’t know about.”

 

Sienna grabs Amy from behind and pulls her up before using her long legs and taking her down with a Russian leg sweep. Sienna rolls over and goes for the lateral press.

Amy kicks out. Sienna gets up and Amy turns. She slowly gets up as Sienna grabs her and forearms her in the jaw. She forearms her again and then turns and whips her into the corner. Sienna runs after her. Amy gets her elbow up. Sienna stumbles back. Amy runs out and goes for a clothesline. Sienna ducks. Amy stops and Sienna jumps up and Amy turns and catches her before spearing her into the corner. Amy hits a shoulder thrust and then another before getting up and going to whip her across, but Sienna spins through and sends Amy in and runs after her and hits a running dropkick. The crowd ohs. Amy falls over and drops to her hands and knees, holding her jaw.

 

Sharper: “And Sienna with another high-impact move. Amy has been able to keep control if she’s on her, but Sienna using that high impact to get some openings.”

 

Winters: “That’s the experience of Amy, but also the quickness of Sienna. Both using their strengths in this one.”

 

Sienna turns and elbows Amy, knocking her down. Sienna turns and goes over to the ropes behind Amy and exits to the apron. She climbs up to the top rope. Amy rolls over and starts to get up and turns to the corner only for Sienna to dive off with a missile dropkick. Amy hits the mat. Sienna goes for the pin.

Amy grabs the bottom rope with her free arm. Sienna rolls off. She looks around before grabbing Amy and slowly pulling her up. She then bends over and goes to lift her up for Glitz. Amy however shifts her weight and manages to counter with a sunset flip.

Sienna brings her legs together. Both fall back and roll through. Sienna turns and runs at Amy and clotheslines her down. Amy rolls over as Sienna turns and watches her and Amy gets up only for Sienna to crack her with the Off the Rack. The crowd ohs. Sienna hooks the leg.

Amy shoots her shoulder up.

 

Sharper: “How close. The young South African nearly has a massive win here in Lexington!”

 

Winters: “But close doesn’t count, Adam.”

 

Amy rolls over to her side as Sienna gets up. She then backs up and motions for Amy to get up. She gets into a fighter’s stance, waiting as Amy starts to get up and Sienna moves in and forearms her and hits a kick to the leg of Amy and then a kick to the ribs before going for a spinning back kick to the ribs, but Amy catches the leg. She then pulls her in and hooks her up and hits a snap back suplex. Amy rolls over in a bit of pain. Sienna rolls over to the ropes and starts to get up, using them. She turns around and Amy kicks her in the ribs and hits the Vortex. The crowd ohs. Amy goes for the pin, hooking the leg.

Sienna shoots her shoulder up. The crowd cheers. Amy gets up and hits a leg drop. She then gets up as Sienna holds her face and starts to get up. Amy grabs her and then whips her into the ropes. She bounces off and Amy scoops her up and hits a backbreaker.

 

Sharper: “Amy not letting the kickout take her off her game. Big backbreaker. Sienna in a lot of pain here.”

 

Winters: “Sienna Swann may be an angel, but Amy Chastaine doesn’t get and right now, is making sure she’s going to get a win. Making sure she’s on her A game.”

 

Sienna winces. Amy drops down and hooks the leg.

Sienna gets her shoulder up. Sienna slowly turns as Amy grabs her and drags her up. She whips her into the corner. Amy runs after and Sienna gets her knees up. Amy hits them and staggers back. Sienna runs out and goes for the Kiss of an Angel, but Amy spins out of the way. Amy turns and nails Sienna with a clothesline. She hits the mat. We then see Regan Street walking out from the back. The crowd roars and some boo as Regan runs down to the ring. Amy grabs Sienna and starts to drag Sienna up before suddenly hitting a second Vortex. The crowd ohs. Sienna turns to her side. Amy rolls over and goes for the pin.

Regan pulls out the referee from the floor. The crowd boos as the referee turns and Regan nails him with a forearm shot. Amy just looks up and gets up before going over to the ropes.

 

Sharper: “Regan Street coming out and pulling the official out! Stopping the count against Sienna!”

 

Winters: “Well how about this? Sienna angry about Katie doing this and now she is! Regan coming out to help her!”

 

Sharper: “Sienna’s out though. She didn’t come down here with her. She may not even know!”

 

Winters: “Amy does!”

 

Amy heads over and grabs Regan and pulls her in. Regan then turns and grabs her by the head and hits a guillotine drop onto the middle rope. Regan hops up onto the apron and then grabs Amy’s head, holding it over the ropes before kicking her over and over and over again in the face. Regan then backs up and hits a hard knee and Amy falls back and into the ring. Sienna stirs as Regan drops down to the floor. She grabs the official and rolls him back into the ring. The official turns and looks around, holding his jaw. Regan then starts to walk to the back as Sienna turns and sees Amy staggering towards her and suddenly rolls her up with a small package. The referee dives over to count.

The crowd roars and some boo as Sienna lets go. Regan just smiles as she starts to walk to the back.

 

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Sienna Swann!”

 

The crowd continues to give a largely positive response, with some notable boos. Regan just continues to head to the back. Sienna starts to get up and turns and notices the official still rubbing his jaw. He raises her arm as Sienna turns and sees Regan continuing to head to the back. Sienna just pulls her arm away. She then walks over to the ropes. She drops down to the floor and starts to head to the back as Amy slowly turns and looks over, seeing Sienna walk away along with Regan Street. Amy just gets up and turns to the official and snaps at him. Chastaine then turns and storms over to the ropes and drops down to the ropes too before dropping down to the floor.

 

Sharper: “Sienna Swann just realized that Regan Street got involved. She’s not happy.”

 

Winters: “That may pale in comparison to Amy Chastaine. Dazed from those kicks. That vicious assault, Sienna took advantage and the only one who gets what they want is Regan Street! And that may be all that she cares about right now!”

 

The crowd continues to roar as Amy Chastaine heads to the back.

COMMERCIAL:

We see Regan Street walking down one of the hallways backstage and Sienna Swann walks up behind her and stops her, spinning her around. Regan turns and goes to bring her arms up to fight, but stops.

 

Sienna: “What is wrong with you? I didn’t need your help. I needed to do it myself.”

 

Regan: “And I felt like taking a chunk out of Amy.”

 

Sienna steps back and throws her arms in the air.

 

Sienna: “Great. So now, a week after Katie Steward digs up all of my past. Uses it to discredit me, I now just won one of the biggest matches of my career with your help, the same way Katie won the title and I don’t even have the high ground there!”

 

Regan goes to respond.

 

Sienna: “Thanks Regan. Thanks. This whole focusing on yourself-“

 

Regan: “Sienna! Stop it. You’re pissed off because the Blonde Fake Goddess brought out something YOU admitted. So you slept your way to getting the crown. Whoop-di-doo.”

 

Sienna: “I care because I’m better than that.”

 

Regan: “Then show it in the ring. You’re letting her get to you before you even get another shot at her. You went after her two weeks ago. Do it again. Screw her God damned smear campaign. Stop pussy-footing around her and take her God damned head off with your knee. That’s what I would do!”

 

Sienna: “Well I’m not you.”

 

Regan: “That’s not my problem. I sent a message to Amy. And if she’s pissed off…good. You should be pissed off, but not at me…at Katie. At anyone who thinks you don’t deserve anything. And if you’re not, then you’ve got a problem too. Because I’m not going to pussy-foot around. Not now. Not when I may be THIS close to getting a title shot. And whether it’s someone like Amy, who I God damned hate, someone like Syren who I beat or a friend like you or Selena, I will do what I need to do!”

 

Regan turns and walks off. Sienna just runs her hands through her hair as she then puts her hands on her hips. We then cut away.

We open up backstage at the SCW interview area to see Amy Chastaine, still in her wrestling gear, clearly annoyed. Standing with her is Jessica Winters.

 

Jessica: “I am here with Amy Chastaine and we just saw what happened. Obviously you’re upset. Regan Street involving herself in your match-“

 

Chastaine: “Of course I’m upset. I went out there to have a wrestling match with Sienna Swann. But then again, I should’ve guessed that Regan Street would’ve come out since she has no respect for anyone. Even people who have owned her in that ring in one on one matches. Last week, I was pissed off just that she came out to the ring and thought she should be in the same ring as Syren and I. A match that should’ve been a rematch for a World Title, but fate wouldn’t have it. But then I thought about it more and more. With Syren beating me, Me owning Regan…and Regan pinning Syren the last time Sienna and I were in the same match, well, maybe it is fitting that at the biggest stage in wrestling, we cut the crap!”

 

Chastaine looks right into the camera, fire in her eyes.

 

Chastaine: “So Regan, if this is how you’re going to lead up to Rise to Greatness. You’re going to run out and take the cheap shots just to show how you don’t give a damn, will do anything to win…then I’ll make sure at Rise to Greatness, I beat you AGAIN in front of the world and on the biggest stage in wrestling and remind you that you will ALWAYS be in my shadow as long as I’m here. You, Syren, me…we all see this match for what it is…Chad Evans even said it…winner is favourite to be the next challenger to the World Championship. Well, Regan, I will do anything to make sure it’s not you, just as I trust Syren will do the same. But tonight, don’t consider this a win, you’ve just made sure that I’m going to do everything I can to make you TAP the hell out before those thirty minutes tick by. Trust me on that!”

 

Chastaine then turns to Jessica.

 

Jessica: “Thank you for your time.”

 

Chastaine: “Yeah…”

 

Chastaine turns and nods.

 

Chastaine: “I’m coming.”

 

We then see David Miller briefly appear on screen as Jessica looks a bit surprised as we cut away.

Kayla Jones vs. Alexis Quinne

 

The eyes all focus on the stage as “A Stranger I Remain” hits over the P.A System. The crowd starts to buzz and boo as Alexis Quinne walks out from the back with a slim black and green Varsity Jacket with the PUNK HAZARD logo on the back with the same colors underneath in the form of the green and black beater and a black and sliver skull scarf around her mouth with a green scarf around her neck. Grundy, El Rudo and Dante McCaffery also walk out, with the latter tagging along slower than the rest. Interesting enough, both El Rudo and Grundy also have mask on with Rudo sports a green and black swirl mask. He also has the new all green and black "Wanted" PUNK HAZARD hoodie, and his trusty salt bucket in his hands. Grundy is sporting an black jumpsuit with the PUNK HAZARD logo on the back and is carrying the PUNK HAZARD flag. The San Francisco native looks at the crowd before walking down to the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one-fall and has a fifteen minute time limit. First on her way to the ring, representing PUNK HAZARD, accompanied by El Rudo, Grundy and Dante McCaffery, she is from San Francisco, California, she is Pint-Sized Awesomeness, Alexis Quinne!”

Alexis looks around at the crowd and flashes the PUNK HAZARD logo on her hoodie to the camera. Meanwhile El Rudo and Grundy are following her with Dante not so far behind, looking annoyed at the presence of the fans. El Rudo turns his attention to the camera and starts yelling to it in his native language before pointing to the PUNK HAZARD logo on his hoodie. Alexis looks at some of the members of the audience before hoping on the apron. El Rudo places his trusty bucket on the apron as Grundy is seen with the PUNK HAZARD flag. Alexis ascends up the top turnbuckle and unmask. Quinne stands on the top turnbuckle, mouthing off to the crowd before she jumps into the ring. El Rudo jumps on the apron and starts to talk into Alexis' ear. Dante is heard also talking to Alexis, who she responds by talking to him and Rudo.

 

Sharper: “Alexis Quinne and PUNK HAZARD have had many rivalries as of late, including the well-documented issues against Donovan Kayl and now Rocky O’Reilly. At Taking Hold of the Flame, Corey Jones joined that list.”

 

Winters: “And last week, PUNK HAZARD sent a message to her. Well looks like Kayla is going to step up next to deal with PUNK HAZARD.”

 

The lights turn a violent shade of red for the next contest, as strobe lighting goes off. The intro to Within Temptation’s “The Howling” kicks in as the big screen lights up with the name ‘Kayla Marie S. Jones’. Out from behind the curtain steps Kayla Jones, a broad smile upon her face as she stretches out a fist in the air.  Her sister Angelica Jones emerges next right behind her.  Angelica is flanked by Corey Jones as well as UWA World Champion Marie Jones.  The entire Jones family is here with confident grins on their faces but no grin is bigger than the one on Kayla's face. Alexis turns to the referee and starts to yell at him.

 

Sharper: “Look at this!”

 

Phillips: “And her opponent, accompanied by Corey Jones, Angelica Jones and Marie Jones, from Boston, Massachusetts, she is Kayla Jones!”

 

Kayla slowly begins to make her way down to the ring, followed by Angelica, Corey, and Marie; arms outstretched as she high fives some of the fans at the barriers. Kayla reaches ringside, making a lap around the ring as she meets and greets some of her fans along the way. She hops up onto the apron, rising her fist in the air once more before flipping over the ropes. She spins on the spot, before dropping to her knees, arms stretched into the air as a blast of pyro emits from each of the four turnbuckles.

 

Sharper: “The entire Jones clan is here. Angelica, Corey, Marie – all here to support Kayla in this one and counteract PUNK HAZARD.”

 

Winters: “And Alexis is right to be pissed. They can’t just bring half their family out here. PUNK HAZARD are recognized managers. All have their licenses.”

 

Sharper: “Well this is Kentucky…”

 

Winters: “They can’t all be cousins!”

 

The bell sounds. Kayla looks at Alexis as Alexis looks at her, yelling at her before looking at the Jones’ family. She starts to yell at Kayla to tell them to leave. Kayla just says no before lunging forward and blasting Alexis with a hard forearm. The crowd roars and cheers as Alexis turns and holds her jaw. Alexis gets back up and Kayla kicks her in the ribs and nails her with a hard right. Alexis falls back to the corner. Kayla walks over and kicks her in the ribs before climbing up to the middle rope and holding Alexis’ head and nailing her with a series of hard right hands. The crowd cheers, counting out with each shot.

At six, Rudo hops onto the apron and Kayla dives off and nails him with a double axe handle smash, knocking him down. The crowd roars. Kayla walks around the ring and Alexis runs out and Kayla ducks a clothesline. Alexis stops and turns around as Kayla goes for the Kaylan Wind Kick, but Alexis jukes back and drops down to the ropes, looking up at Kayla clearly with fear as Kayla just smirks.

 

Sharper: “Kayla Jones has completely undone any strategy or start Alexis Quinne has had planned.”

 

Winters: “And nearly won it within the first minute. Look at the look on Quinne’s face. She knows how damn close she was to getting her teeth kicked down her throat by Kayla Jones!”

 

Alexis slowly gets up and fumes as Kayla just keeps with her arms up, calling her in. The Jones clan stands at ringside with PUNK HAZARD on the other side. Alexis runs at Kayla and Kayla hip tosses her down. She gets back up and Kayla hip tosses her down again. Alexis gets up and Kayla goes to grab her, but Alexis bites her arm. Kayla pulls away and Alexis jumps up and dropkicks her down. The crowd boos. Kayla gets back up and turns back to her as Alexis jumps up and hits a jawbreaker. Kayla drops to her knees and Alexis grabs her by the head and hair and drives her face first into the mat. She then mounts her on the back and grinds Kayla’s face into the ring canvas. The crowd boos as the referee calls for the break.

Alexis stops and gets up and stomps Kayla in the back of the head.

 

Sharper: “And Alexis taking shortcuts. No shocker there. Kayla quickly in trouble.”

 

Winters: “But those shortcuts work. This is why I love them. You want to win. Wins matter, Adam. That’s why you do them.”

 

Sharper: “There’s a right and a wrong way”

 

Winters: “And the win loss record doesn’t have asterisks.”

 

Kayla starts to stirs as Alexis grabs her and pulls her up by the hair. She then nails her with a forearm. Kayla falls to the ropes near the Jones family. Alexis spits on Corey as Corey then jumps up. Angelica and Marie go to stop her, as does the referee. Alexis then pulls Kayla away and goes to spin her through the ropes, but Kayla spins around and sends Alexis into the corner, shoulder first. Kayla backs up and Alexis slowly backs up, holding her shoulder. She turns around and drops to a knee and Kayla runs over and nails her with the Kaylamity. The crowd ohs. Kayla goes for the pin.

Quinne gets her shoulder up. Kayla gets up and backs up to the ropes and Rudo grabs the ropes. Kayla turns and stomps through the ropes and as she does, Angelica, Corey and Marie run around the ring.

 

Sharper: “Here we go! Jones clan isn’t going to wait for more involvement!”

 

Winters: “And Angelica is leading the charge!”

 

Alexis staggers up as Kayla smirks. Angelica runs around and nails Grundy with a running forearm as Corey goes right over to Rudo and Marie goes for Dante. The group all trade blows with Angelica ducks and dodging Grundy’s swings, knowing how dangerous they all could be. The crowd erupts in cheers as Kayla turns back to Alexis and Alexis rakes the eyes as the referee is trying to break things up on the floor. Alexis then kicks Kayla in the ribs. Quinne turns and goes to the corner. She climbs up to the middle turnbuckle and dives off for the Ditzy Tour. Kayla however spins her off. Quinne plants her feet and turns around only for Kayla to drill her with the Kaylan Wind Kick. The crowd erupts in cheers. Kayla goes for the pin. The referee turns around, seeing the pin as Grundy shoves Angelica back. Angelica rolls through as Corey nails Rudo and Dante kicks Marie and throws her back. Dante follows up and Marie kicks him in the ribs, knocking him down.

The crowd erupts in cheers as Grundy climbs onto the apron and enters the ring. Kayla backs up and rolls out of the ring. “The Howling” plays as Marie grabs Corey and backs her away from Rudo.

 

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Kayla Jones!”

 

The crowd continues to cheer as Kayla backs up as Grundy goes to the ropes. Alexis stirs as Rudo rolls into the ring. Dante gets up as Marie and Corey join Angelica and Kayla. They then raise their arms up.

 

Sharper: “Kayla Jones and the Jones Clan have just defeated PUNK HAZARD!”

 

Winters: “And look at the anger on PUNK HAZARD’s faces. They were ready for a fight. They got one and the Joneses won. You think Kayl and O’Reilly are regretting ignoring them last week?!”

 

The Joneses remain standing in the entrance way with their arms up. Quinne starts to get up, clearly angry.

Christy Matthews is seen walking down the hallways backstage. The crowd boos seeing her. She then walks over to the office of Chad Evans and goes to knock on the door, only to stop as Chad Evans walks up to her. Christina Matsui follows him.

 

Christy: “Oh good. You’re getting your exercise.”

 

Chad: “And so will you later.”

 

Christy: “Yeah, it’s AJ. Great. Another night in the life of a wrestler.”

 

Chad: “Well about that…we’re making a change.”

 

Christy just looks at Chad with her eyebrow raising.

 

Christy: “Oh?”

 

Chad: “Well remember that lovely title defense rule…sixty days…you’re coming up to that.”

 

Christy rolls her eyes.

 

Christy: “I’m already facing Tommy at Rise to Greatness. It’ll be great. I’ll beat him just to show that Selena will need to deal with me being champion for a long time.”

 

Chad: “We’ll see about that, because your match tonight, it’s for the Adrenaline Title. And if AJ wins, your match against Tommy Valentine may be changing too.”

 

Christy: “What?”

 

Chad: “Have fun!”

 

Chad and Christina then head off. Christy just glares at him.

 

Winters: “Well that’s a bit of a big change.”

 

Sharper: “We have a huge TV Title match tonight and now the Adrenaline Title will be on the line. Breakdown continues to be big here in Lexington!”

 

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIAL:

Marisa Condolesa is seen backstage wielding a microphone and looking into camera, an aquamarine Vera Wang dress making her look as glamorous as ever.

Marisa: Hey everyone, so I'm backstage looking for SCW wrestler Stacy Kissinger to have a few words about recent events. As you may remember, she accidentally injured Jynkz a few weeks ago on Breakdown after delivering a devastating piledriver and just last week, Jynkz's half-sister, the so-called "Harlequin Of Hardcore" Ambrosia, assaulted Stacy last week after an Adrenaline Rush tag team contest.

Motioning towards the cameraman to follow her, Marisa begins her walk down the corridor backstage, not getting very far because just 20 paces into her search, Marisa is seen crashing sideways onto the floor, the camera following soon after and landing on the floor with a thud and the sound of the cameraman groaning in pain nearby.

Marisa's body is seen on the ground with a pair of legs wearing ripped tights, military boots and denim shorts visible next to her, the boots gently nudging playfully at the interviewer as she sits on the ground, a mixture of confusion and annoyance on her face. An unfamiliar female voice laughs until the sounds of racing footsteps approach the scene, the camera only hearing what's going on and catching just the female's legs from its position on the ground.

Okay, that's enough now. Come with us please, ma'am."

"Please don't hurt me, I'm just a girl. Hahaha."

"Ma'am, please, step aside and come with us."

"Ibimus in ascenditis?"

"This is your last chance, please step aside and come quietly."

"Oh, I'm sorry, officer. I think that might be impossible. I'm kind of a screamer."

The female releases a guttural scream then charges off camera, a few surprised male voices and the sound of a brief struggle while Marisa can be seen sitting up and rubbing her forehead as she watches whatever is going on off camera.

"Get OFF me! AHHHH! Let me GO!"

The struggle continues as the camera picks up the sight of Ambrosia being forcibly grappled away from Marisa by the police, pushing her down to the ground and handcuffing her face down on the floor.

Justin Davis vs. Rocky O’Reilly

 

“Better Place” by Saint Asonia starts to play. The crowd roars as Rocky O’Reilly walks out from the back, hopping up and down with Donovan Kayl at his side.

 

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a ten minute time limit. From Buffalo, New York, accompanied by Donovan Kayl, he is…Rocky O’Reilly!”

 

O’Reilly starts to walk to the ring. He jaws at the crowd, as they cheer him. Kayl follows a few strides from behind. O’Reilly gets to the ring and hops onto the apron. He enters inside and looks at Davies. He nods before going to the corner and posing on the second turnbuckle. Kayl walks around the ring as O’Reilly’s music fades out and O’Reilly hops down.

 

Sharper: “Rocky O’Reilly and Donovan Kayl may have a smile after what happened just before the commercial break.”

 

Winters: “PUNK HAZARD undone tonight. But again, are they thinking they made the wrong choice turning them away.”

 

Sharper: “Meanwhile, the Joneses will be watching this match for a different reason. Justin Davis challenged the Joneses. We’re waiting to hear from them who will step up and accept the All-Boston challenge.”

 

The arena goes dark and a mist of smoke begins to gather at the top of the ramp as the opening rift of ''Miseria Cantare" begins to play throughout the arena. The lights starts to flickers as a spotlight shines on top of the ramp. Justin Davis stands at the top of the ramp with his head lowered and a hood covering his head.

"Nothing from nowhere, I'm no one at all
Radiate, recognize one silent call
As we all form one dark flame... Incinerate"

Davis lifts his head as he takes his hood off and the words "JUSTIN DAVIS" shows on the titantron. The crowd begins to fill the arena with roaring cheers. You can see a smile on Davis' face while nodding his head as he begins to make his way down the ramp.

Phillips: “And his opponent, making his way to the ring from Boston, Massachusetts, he is Justin Davis!”

Davis lifts his arms up in the air as he makes his way up the steel steps and into the ring. Once in the ring Davis circles the ring and then chooses a random turnbuckle to climb and pose for the fans by lifting his right arm and pointing up to the ceiling then to the crowd. He then drops down and sits in the corner waiting for the match to begin.

 

Sharper: “Justin Davis had a good showing at Taking Hold of the Flame. He returned two weeks ago to the ring here on Breakdown. The challenge last week and tonight, Rocky O’Reilly.”

 

Winters: “And it’s a different ballgame. Davis said how much had changed in 6 years since he last challenged for the World Title. Hell, it’s even a different Donovan Kayl outside of the ring!”

 

Sharper: “Alluding to Devon Kayl pretending to be Donovan Kayl to gain extra notoriety.”

 

The bell sounds. O’Reilly jumps up and down to get the blood going as Davis watches him. The two move towards one another and O’Reilly goes for a grapple. Davis engages too and immediately hits a knee to the ribs. He nails him with a hard right and then another knee. He pushes O’Reilly to the ropes and fires him across. He bounces off and Davis spins into a back elbow. O’Reilly hits the mat, rolls to the ropes as Davis turns to him. O’Reilly slowly gets up.

 

Sharper: “Davis starting strong early. O’Reilly has less experience. He may have Kayl in his corner, but Davis is the veteran here.”

 

Winters: “And if I’m O’Reilly, I slow down, I get some coaching here and get back in there.”

 

O’Reilly looks at Davis and Davis waits for him. He runs in and Davis ducks a clothesline. O’Reilly spins around and Davis kicks him in the ribs. He hooks him up and hits a vertical suplex. Davis gets up as O’Reilly pulls himself up. Davis forearms him and jabs him in the jaw. O’Reilly falls to the corner. Davis grabs him and whips him across. Davis runs after him and O’Reilly jumps up and slingshots over before turning in the air and flipping towards the middle of the ring. Davis runs out and O’Reilly hits a big dropkick. The crowd ohs. O’Reilly goes for the pin.

Davis kicks out. Both get up and O’Reilly hits a spinning heel kick. Davis hits the mat. He gets back to his feet and O’Reilly kicks him in the ribs and then the thigh before going for the Irish Whip. Davis spins through and sends O’Reilly in, who jumps to the middle rope and dives back with a backflip into a headscissors takedown. The crowd roars.

 

Sharper: “Oh what athleticism. What a move by Rocky O’Reilly.”

 

Winters: “That’s a new one. Even Kayl got a smile from that one.”

 

Davis starts to get up and O’Reilly turns back to him and kicks him in the ribs. He nails him with a hard right and whips him across and into the far corner. Davis hits and O’Reilly runs after and jumps up and hitting a running backsplash. He steps out and Davis staggers out. O’Reilly snapmares him down and then runs into the ropes. He bounces off and goes for a running dropkick. He connects and goes for the pin.

Davis kicks out. Davis turns and O’Reilly grabs him. He drags him up and elbows him in the back of the head. He then turns and runs into the ropes. He bounces off and Davis suddenly steps forward and launches him up and hits a flapjack. The crowd ohs.

 

Sharper: “And O’Reilly stopped just like that.”

 

Winters: “Face first into the mat. That’ll stop anyone. Stun anyone too.”

 

O’Reilly stirs as Davis gets up. He then grabs him from behind and hoists him up, spinning him around. He then kicks him in the ribs, before placing his head between his legs. He then hoists him up and turns before throwing O’Reilly’s legs out and hitting a facebuster. The crowd ohs. Davis goes for the pin.

O’Reilly kicks out. Davis then gets up and grabs him and lifts him up. He turns and whips him into the corner. O’Reilly hits the corner. Davis runs after and O’Reilly gets his boots up. Davis staggers back and O’Reilly runs out and jumps up for a crossbody. Davis catches him and then spins him out into the Golden Seal. The crowd ohs.

 

Sharper: “Davis catches O’Reilly and spins him out into a backbreaker. Right onto his knee.”

 

Winters: “Nearly broke him in two.”

 

O’Reilly holds his back and starts to get up. Davis just waits for him as O’Reilly gets up and Davis kicks him in the ribs. He then hooks his head and arm and hoists him up before turning and dropping him with the Lip Sealer. The crowd ohs. Davis goes for the pin.

The crowd roars.

 

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Justin Davis!”

 

Davis gets up as Kayl shakes his head. Davis has his arm raised and he looks at O’Reilly and then goes to the corner and steps up to the middle turnbuckle. Kayl walks up the steel steps and enters the ring. He then goes over to O’Reilly and checks on him. Davis then hops down and steps down to the floor. He turns and starts to head to the back. Kayl then looks at O’Reilly. Davis continues on his way before we then see Alexis Quinne run out from the back. El Rudo is with her, along with Grundy and McCaffery. Davis just looks at them as they run past. They head to the ring.

 

Sharper: “Davis on his way to the back victorious, but look out! It’s PUNK HAZARD!”

 

Winters: “They were beaten earlier, but they’re not defeated entirely! Look out Kayl! O’Reilly!”

 

Kayl looks up as El Rudo slides in and Kayl nails him with a hard right. Quinne enters as does Grundy. Quinne gets up and jumps onto Kayl. Kayl covers up as Quinne nails him with a forearm and then another and Grundy comes in and boots Kayl in the head. Kayl can’t block it and he goes down. Quinne then runs over and stomps away on Kayl. Grundy walks over and does the same, stomping Kayl as well. Dante rolls in after and Rudo gets up. The three start to stomp away on Kayl as O’Reilly stirs, reaching over and Dante runs over and kicks him in the ribs, knocking him back over. The bell sounds as Kayl covers up. PUNK HAZARD continues to stomp on him as O’Reilly covers up as Dante stomps on him. Quinne yells at Kayl as she keeps getting some shots in. Officials run down from the back.

 

Sharper: “Quinne, Grundy, Rudo, just stomping away on Kayl. Clearly taking their anger from earlier out on him. And then Dante is keeping O’Reilly at bay!”

 

Winters: “PUNK HAZARD is making sure no one doubts how dangerous they are. They’re not going to let the Joneses determine the narrative on this one!”

 

Kayl covers up as they keep stomping away on him. Officials come into the ring and immediately get Dante away from O’Reilly. Kayl continues to cover up as officials get Rudo and Quinne off. Grundy starts to choke Kayl with his boot. Kayl struggles for a moment before officials get him off too. The crowd boos as PUNK HAZARD walks around the ring, backed away. Quinne yells out to the crowd, getting more boos as the camera stays on the scene for a few moments. Kayl rolls over, clearly in pain as we cut away.

We open up backstage to see Angelica Jones standing next to Spirit Dansby outside of Jones’ locker room.

 

Spirit: “I am here with-“

 

Angelica: “Look Spirit. I get you’re doing your job, but let me just take it from here.”

 

Spirit hands her the microphone and steps back.

 

Angelica: “Thank you….”

 

Angelica turns to the camera.

 

Angelica: “Last week, a little challenge was thrown our way. Now, moments ago, we saw Kayla step up along with the Jones family show what’s what with PUNK HAZARD. But Justin Davis wants to have a little fight with someone else from Boston and we can show what Boston can do. Well, sorry, Justin, but you’re going to have a hard time showing what you’re capable of because I’m going to be more than happy to step up and face you. You want the World Title. So do I. We’re both on that step to seeing whether we can get to a point we’ve both been to. You’ve been there here years ago. I’ve been there elsewhere and I would love to hold the SCW World Title. So Davis, let’s show the world what Boston can do, but don’t get too excited. You’re not going to come out on the winning end!”

 

The crowd roars as Angelica smiles as the scene fades to black.

A.J. Helms vs. Christy Matthews

SCW Adrenaline Championship

 

The arena lights cut as the opening riff of "Life @ 11" by A Day To Remember hits the speaker system. As the drums kick in, two small pyros go off on either side of the ramp and the lights burst back into life to show AJ Helms walk out onto the stage, making his way to the middle of the ramp as Scarlett Pearson follows him out. Looking around a little at the fans, he smirks before jumping up so that his feet leave the ground as he punches the air, causing one more small pyro to explode on either side of the stage and the crowd mildly pop as he turns and gives Scarlett a quick kiss before suddenly bolting down to the ring, leaving Scarlett to stroll down after him.

Phillips: "Ladies and gentlemen, this match is scheduled for onefall, has a twenty minute time limit and is for the SCW Adrenaline Championship! Making his way to the ring, accompanied by Scarlett Pearson, from Asbury Park New Jersey by way of Hollywood Hills California, he is AJ... HELMS!!!"

AJ jumps up and tucks his legs underneath him as he slides under the bottom rope legs first before quickly jumping to his feet and running to the corner, where he hops up onto the second rope and throws one fist into the air, the crowd cheering a little again as he grins at them. Scarlett climbs the steps and walks along the apron as AJ hopes down and walks over to his corner where Scarlett is now waiting and he says something to her before giving her another quick kiss and turning his attention back to the ring, waiting for the start of the match as Scarlett drops down to the outside.

 

Sharper: “In a surprising turn of events, AJ Helms has come into this match with a big change. When this match was announced, it was a non-title match. Chad Evans pointed out to Christy Matthews that she needed to defend her title or risk being stripped of it and here we are.”

 

Winters: “So AJ Helms goes from being knocked out of the Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal, thanks to Chris Cannon and now has a title shot due to circumstance. I’m sure many would love it.”

 

Sharper: “And Tommy Valentine will be watching this closely for another reason. Obviously cares about his best friend’s adopted son. But he also cares about who may be the Adrenaline Champion come Rise to Greatness!”

 

The lights dim in the arena as the screens all cut to black and for a few seconds and there’s nothing but the reaction of the fans heard all around the arena. After a few moments, the opening “King of the World” by Porcelain and the Tramps hits the PA system as spotlights begin to flick on and off around the arena. The fans sing along with the lyrics as the camera pans through them all and back to the cheap seats in the back of the arena where we see the hooded Christy Matthews, the hood covering her face, standing on the guard rail with her arms outstretched in an eerily familiar mock-crucifix pose. Her fists are taped and she looks more than ready for the task ahead. As she jumps down from the guard rail the screens around the arena begin to display familiar wording once more. As she walks past, some fans point to her, clearly realizing something else.

She begins to push her way down to ringside as security line the steps down through the crowd, holding back the fans in the way but far from successfully as the fans reach over to pat her on the back as she walks past. Christy makes her way down to the barricade. She steps up onto the barricade and then hops over. Just then, she takes the hood off, revealing it not to be Christy Matthews at all, but instead Kelcey Wallace, dressed in Christy’s wrestling gear and entrance.

 

Sharper: “Kelcey Wallace?”

 

Winters: “AJ just realized! There he is! Chris Cannon!”

 

Cannon comes from the crowd and slides in. Scarlett yells out to AJ in warning as AJ turns and Cannon gets up and AJ kicks him in the ribs. The crowd roars. Cannon fires back with a shot and then AJ kicks him again. Kelcey now rolls into the ring and before AJ can get another shot in, Kelcey boots him in the back of the head. AJ falls to the mat. The crowd boos. The referee tells them to get out of the ring and Kelcey just grabs him and backs up, holding her other arm up. Cannon meanwhile grabs AJ and turns him around and grabs him by the jaw.

 

Cannon: “No AJ. You’re not getting another opportunity before I decide you can!”

 

Cannon nails him with a hard right and then another and another and another. The crowd boos with each shot. Scarlett then hops onto the apron and yells at them. Kelcey just turns to her and Scarlett looks at her as the referee tries to get Kelcey out. Cannon gets up and grabs AJ and drags him up before moving him into the corner. Cannon then hits a snap jab and then another. AJ winces with each shot. Kelcey then steps in front of Scarlett. Scarlett doesn’t cower instead looking at Kelcey.

 

Sharper: “Cannon just teeing off on AJ Helms. This ambush.”

 

Winters: “And I wonder if Christy is part of it. She’s not out here, but Kelcey had her tights, her attire.”

 

Sharper: “With how Christy didn’t want this match for the title, I wouldn’t be shocked, but wait a minute. Look at Kelcey, right in the face of poor Scarlett. How this issue all began!”

 

Kelcey looks at Scarlett and they trade a few words before Kelcey grabs her by the head and flips her into the ring. AJ then suddenly shoves Cannon back and dives towards Kelcey to grab at her but Cannon dives and grabs his leg, tripping him down. Cannon then dives onto the back of AJ as AJ reaches for Kelcey and Kelcey stomps him in the back of the head. Cannon then nails AJ over and over and over again in the back of the head.

 

Sharper: “AJ saw Kelcey flip Scarlett into the ring. AJ went to stop them, but Cannon!”

 

Winters: “Too skilled. Knows what to do and immediately cut him off and took him down. The referee can’t stop this. Kelcey and Chris will decide when!”

 

Cannon then gets up and grabs AJ. AJ swings wildly missing. Scarlett backs up to the corner as Kelcey stands over her. Cannon then turns and whips AJ into the ropes. He bounces off and Cannon drills him with the C4. The crowd ohs as AJ hits the mat. Just as he does, we see Kelcey grab Scarlett and pull her up. Shaun Cruze then runs out from the back. The crowd erupts in cheers. Cruze runs down the rampway. He slides into the ring and Chris turns around as Cruze blocks a hard right and nails Chris with a hard right and then another and another. Kelcey throws Scarlett down before stepping out of the ring and dropping down to the floor. Chris takes another and Cruze backs up and runs at him and clotheslines him up and over the top rope to the floor. Cannon falls to the floor and Cruze looks around to Kelcey and then backs up and goes to Scarlett. Scarlett just nods before backing up.

 

Sharper: “Shaun Cruze coming down just in time to save Scarlett Pearson. I have no clue what Kelcey Wallace was thinking or Chris Cannon for that matter, but clearly nothing good.”

 

Winters: “And Cruze again standing up to his former friend. Standing up to their actions!”

 

Sharper: “And you heard what Chris Cannon said when he started the assault – you will not get anything until he decides. The arrogance!”

 

Winters: “Hey, it’s how they do things and frankly, they’ve been backing it up again!”

 

Sharper: “And where the hell is Christy Matthews?”

 

Kelcey Wallace walks around the ring as Chris walks around. He holds his jaw as Cruze turns and watches them. Scarlett goes over to AJ Helms as does the official. They check on him as Kelcey and Cannon start to walk to the back. We then see Christy Matthews walking out from the back, holding the SCW Adrenaline Championship. The crowd boos. She looks around as Kelcey and Cannon just look at her. Christy looks at Kelcey’s attire and smirks as Kelcey and Cannon continue up their way to the back and then pass her before continuing to head backstage. Christy meanwhile has a microphone. She watches Cannon and Kelcey leave as she turns to the ring.

 

Winters: “There she is. You were wondering, Adam?”

 

Christy: “Well, this is just an unfortunate turn of events. I didn’t even think anything like this could happen. So Chad, I’ve had a change of heart. I will happily defend my Adrenaline Championship right now during the scheduled segment. I don’t have my tights, but I’m a fighting champion, so-“

 

Christy drops the microphone as she starts to walk to the ring.

 

Sharper: “Give me a break!”

 

We then see Chad Evans jogging out from the back. The crowd roars as Christy makes a few strides before Chad stops her. Chad then tells her to get to the back. The crowd boos a bit while some cheer. Cruze just looks at Chad and Christy as AJ slowly gets up, holding his ribs. Scarlett holds him up. AJ grimaces as Christy just lifts her arms up and backs up. Chad just points to the back as Christy smirks heading to the back. The crowd boos some more.

 

Sharper: “Looks like our commissioner is going to make sure Christy doesn’t defend her title this way!”

 

Winters: “So then what about the need for a title shot? Christy was ready to go. Chad, I don’t get it.”

 

Sharper: “Please. Christy Matthews worked with Kelcey and Chris to set up AJ and she was going to pick up the pieces. This is our Adrenaline Champion…and those are the people who stand for tradition. Unbelievable!”

 

The crowd continues to buzz as we cut away.

We open up backstage to see Kelcey Wallace walking backstage, in Christy Matthews’ attire, with Chris Cannon with her. Shawn Mason walks over and joins them.

 

Shawn: “Well that worked out nicely.”

 

Cannon: “Amazing when people come together when otherwise, we probably wouldn’t stand each other.”

 

Kelcey: “You’re telling me. This attire, I had to add padding just to make it fit. Plus it’s absolutely gawdy.”

 

Shawn: “Completely beneath you. But it served a purpose.”

 

Kelcey: “Anything to help Chris. Plus, with AJ being Katelyn’s friend, after last week…I hope she gets the hint. She’s in over her head. I will destroy her, her friends and anyone…all just by doing it in that ring.”

 

Shawn: “If she doesn’t, she’s showing just that anyways.”

 

Cannon: “Let’s just get that off of you.”

 

Kelcey: “Easy there Chris.”

 

Kelcey smirks.

 

Cannon: “Plenty of time for that later. What about Shaun running out like the boy scout he is?”

 

Kelcey: “If he’s in our way…we’ll remove him. Simple as that.”

 

Kelcey, Cannon and Shawn Mason continue to walk off as the crowd boos. The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIAL:

We return from commercial and Christy Matthews and Chad Evans are standing by the tunnel.

 

Christy: “Look Chad, I’m getting a few mixed messages. You wanted a title match and now you don’t want the title match.”

 

Chad: “I know that you probably are used to needing to talk to people like children, given that you walk out there dressed like Little Red Riding Hood, but this isn’t Halloween or a Strip Club. And I’m not going to let you walk out there and take the win that way.”

 

Christy: “Well that’s a shame. It’s exactly what I planned on doing.”

 

Chad: “I’m sure.”

 

Christy: “To be fair, Kelcey and Chris were really convincing. Although, I’ll need to get the Perfection off of my gear.”

 

Chad: “You’re not getting off this easy.”

 

Christy: “So then am I competing tonight, Commish? I mean, the sixty days would hit by next week? Right? Or wait-“

 

Chad: “Don’t worry, Christy. I’ll figure that out.”

 

Christy: “Good. I look forward to seeing what you have next.”

 

Christy walks off as Chad shakes his head before turning to Christina.

 

Christina: “You need to deal with that. The Board is going to make sure of it.”

 

Chad just smiles.

 

Chad: “Don’t worry. I’ve always got a plan. Remember, I’m God.”

 

Chad smirks and pats her on the back before walking off. Christina follows him.

“Criticize” by Adelita’s Way starts to play as the crowd starts to boo. A few moments pass before Maximillian walks out from the back and Kennedy Street walks out too with Dylan Howell. Howell just smiles as he looks around. The boos only grow. Kennedy then starts to walk to the ring with Maximillian leading her. Howell walks behind her.

 

Sharper: “Kennedy Street has had an eventful last couple of weeks. She’s not the World Champion. Ace Marshall is no longer with her. And she’s taken solace in her cousin being there for her and has agreed to fight for his completely insane vendetta against Selena Frost!”

 

Winters: “Must not be completely insane. Kennedy Street is buying into it.”

 

Sharper: “Or she’s looking to find someone she can trust. Alana Starr and Ethan von Aaron were not there for her when Red Rayne went after her. Ace Marshall obviously not. Howell is all she has.”

 

Kennedy Street heads down to the ring as Maximillian grabs the ropes and pulls himself onto the apron. He then turns as Kennedy walks up the steel steps. Maximillian holds the ropes open and Kennedy enters the ring. The crowd boos some more. Howell rolls into the ring. He gets up and smiles as Maximillian enters the ring. Kennedy walks around the ring and over to the corner. The referee hands her a microphone. Kennedy takes it and turns back to the middle of the ring. She walks to the middle of the ring and looks out at the crowd and the music fades out. Howell walks over to her and whispers something to her. Kennedy just calms him down before nodding and turning to the crowd.

 

Kennedy: “Everyone please be quiet. I know that this city has never had anyone as Sexy and Flawless as yours truly here, but no need to yell and scream or be jealous.”

 

The crowd boos as Kennedy shakes her head. Howell then walks over to Kennedy, grabs the microphone and yells into it.

 

Howell: “Hey! Everyone listen! My cousin has something important to say!”

 

The crowd boos loudly as Kennedy looks around and shakes her head.

 

Kennedy: “I know that I am going to say many things that many of you are going to disagree with, but for some reason, I will never understand why you think the Snow Bitch is even likeable when she is one of the most two-faced, backstabbing and pathetic individuals in this company. Even as my cousin, Regan, Dylan’s half-sister, is nearly losing her mind over not holding the World Champion, even if we all know, I’m the member of the Street family that should be holding that title, Selena Frost is busy asking for Adrenaline Title shots, and talking about what all of you want. All of you do not know what you want. It should be me as your World Champion, but apparently, too many are perpetrating this Sexy, Flawless Diva Abuse, with Dylan making it clear to me that Selena Frost is just another one of those doing so.”

 

The crowd boos.

 

Kennedy: “See, the last few months, Keenie has clearly made some unwise choices. While Alana has her GOOD moments, Ethan and especially Ace have let me down too often. But Dylan, he has always been there for me. And while the rest of our family turns him away because he’s a bit different, don’t worry, Dylan, I believe you. I won’t turn you away. You’ve always been there for Keenie and you’ve shown it these last few weeks as strongly as ever. Even showing me that Selena Frost was always an Ace booster, maybe even convincing him to do the wrong thing….”

 

Kennedy shakes his head.

 

Kennedy: “We saw it in your gear, in your possession. Dylan found it himself .We know where you stand Selena. There is nowhere your tendrils don’t reach. Even though I would’ve happily given Regan Street a World Championship shot, especially for a wonderful family moment, you were happy to see her be pushed farther away and side with Ace…”

 

Sharper: “Are you kidding me?”

 

Winters: “I’m not going to try and correct her. You’ve heard of the Hot/Crazy Matrix!”

 

Sharper: “What?”

 

Kennedy continues.

 

Kennedy: “But Selena, you’ve done it time and time again, where you’ve hurt others for your own gain. With the Adrenaline Title and Dawn Lohan. With now Regan. She may not listen, but I will. And on top of that, you’ve won Shot of Adrenaline. You’ve won Best of the Best. And that means if I beat you, I keep you down where you belong and I remind the world that I am the Champion they all NEED.”

 

The crowd boos.

 

Sharper: “Now it becomes all so much clearer!”

 

Kennedy: “So Keenie is going to do SCW one last favour before this Sexy Flawless Diva Abuse ensures Bitchy Keenie comes out and makes everyone involved with Ace pay. Selena is the first, but it’s so much more. For Dylan, For Regan…FOR ME…I will save lives and Selena, I will kick your frosty ass at Rise to Greatness!”

 

Kennedy smiles as Dylan hugs Kennedy. Kennedy hugs back.

 

Winters: “A great family moment!”

 

Sharper: “Please! Kennedy is using this for her own purposes as she always does and Selena is her latest target!”

 

Winters: “Hey! As I said, I’m not going to doubt her!”

 

The crowd boos as “Criticize” plays throughout the arena. Kennedy Street remains in the ring with Dylan Howell as Maximillian continues to keep guard.

We then cut backstage to see Selena Frost watching this in her locker room with Sienna Swann, now in a dress, out of her wrestling attire. Selena just shakes her head.

 

Selena: “Great…so Dylan and her are firmly together and it’s all to push me back down.”

 

Sienna: “You too. Katie doing her smear campaign. Kennedy and Dylan with one on you. How do you not just let it get to you.”

 

Selena turns to Sienna.

 

Selena: “For me…I know it’s all made up. I know it’s all in Dylan’s head.”

 

Sienna: “Yeah…but for me, it’s true. All true.”

 

Selena: “Look, I hear what Regan said to you. I agree with a lot of it. Who cares what you did? That was then. By that logic, we then pin your time in Silas World on you. You’re just a bitch then.”

 

Sienna: “And what if I am?”

 

Selena: “Well, if that’s the case, you’ve hid it well from me.”

 

Selena just stands up.

 

Selena: “I’m going to take whatever Kennedy and Howell say about me and at Rise to Greatness, when I face her, I will beat her in front of the world. I will expose her lies and in the process continue to show I am one of the top stars in this business. Same thing I will do later tonight against Syren. Yeah, Regan got involved earlier. She probably will later. But you still beat Amy. Not how you want, but you know you can. At some point, you’ll get a chance to prove it the right way. But for now, focus on Katie. Focus on the Women’s Title. Focus on shutting her up.”

 

Sienna just nods.

 

Selena: “I know it’s not happy, but that’s what people like Katie do. They want to tear you down to make them feel better.”

 

Sienna: “Well right now, I assume she’s feeling great.”

 

Sienna walks off as Selena watches her leave as we cut away.

“Immortals” plays as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a shot of Shilo Valiant and then a shot of Ace Marshall before showing both with the SCW Television Championship.

 

Sharper: “Well as Selena isn’t going to let Kennedy get to her, Sienna clearly frustrated. Shilo Valiant is about to challenge for the SCW Television Championship. Shilo Valiant faces Ace Marshall next, here on Breakdown!”

 

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIAL:

We open up backstage to see AJ Helms in the Honour Code locker room. He’s leaning back, his ribs in pain as he has them taped up.  Scarlett sits next to him as Shaun Cruze shakes his head. Angyalka is with him. Katelyn Buehler is also in the room.

 

Katelyn: “Can’t believe Kelcey would go to those lengths. Chris, sure. But Kelcey. I thought she was above all of that.”

 

Scarlett: “Seems not.”

 

Shaun Cruze just shakes his head.

 

Katelyn: “Look Shaun, I know it’s hard…”

 

Shaun: “Yeah, yeah….”

 

AJ: “Look, I get you and her were friends. Former tag champs, but you said it last week. This isn’t them. But until they are them, this is my new normal.”

 

Shaun: “I know. It’s just disappointing. I figured she’d snap out of this. Chris and Kelcey are both better than this. But if this is what they want to do-“

 

Katelyn: “Then we kick their ass. Kelcey wants to say this shows I’m beneath her. She wants to snipe on Twitter. Whatever. I came here to face to best. She thinks she is. I just hope she enjoys falling flat on her face in front of the world.””

 

AJ smirks and coughs as he winces. There is a knock at the door. Scarlett and Angyalka both look over as Katelyn turns and goes over to open the door. She does and Blake Mason peers in. He then stops.

 

Blake: “Oh…Katelyn…”

 

Shaun: “Blake? What’s up? Look, if it’s about last week, you don’t need to apologize. I get it.”

 

Blake: “No…just…uh…I came here looking to check on AJ.”

 

AJ looks at Shaun.

 

Scarlett: “He’s banged up, but he’ll be fine. Thanks.”

 

Blake: “Sorry for intruding…I’ll be off.”

 

Katelyn: “Blake, I-“

 

But before Katelyn can say anything, Blake has gone. Everyone in the room look at each other confused as we cut to the ring.

Shilo Valiant vs. Ace Marshall

SCW Television Championship

 

"Sin with A Grin" by Shinedown is heard. A growing fog forms near the entryway of the ramp as a spotlight shines down on the ramp. The crowd boos. As the song advises the masses to look left and right, from the fog rises Shilo Valiant, his mask the ever-smile of the jester. At those words, Valiant slowly locks his arms in the X pattern of "Necro" before thrusting his right hand up to the spotlight, locking up at the raised palm that faces him. As he does, a shower of red sparks rains down upon him, seemingly from the spotlight. Valiant slowly lowers his arm, the colors of his mask glowing amidst the red of the rain and white of the spotlights

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall, has a thirty minute time limit and is for the SCW Television Championship. First, the challenger, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, he is the Blood-Stained Joker, Shilo Valiant!”


The eternally smiling one slowly walks down the ramp, the spotlight following him. He walks around the ring and up the short stairs, climbing under the middle-rope to enter the ring. Standing within its center, the spotlight still cast on him, Shilo Valiant slowly raises his arm once more to the source, his spotlight, looking up at it as his fingers reach for it. With a one last look at such an image, Shilo commanding the spotlight on him, the lights return to normal.

 

Sharper: “Shilo Valiant spoke last week of what this means for him. He would love to hold the SCW Television Champion. He would love to be here every week to ensure his own brand of entertainment.”

 

Winters: “And it’s his favourite time of the year. Rise to Greatness season. He always ramps it up here. Former World Champion. Big test for Ace Marshall. Another one.”

 

A countdown starts on the big screen in fast progression from five to one before "Adrenalize" hits the speakers and the spotlights start to spin and focus in on the stage. The fans erupt in cheers as at the top of the stage Ace Marshall steps out with Oakley shades and a black reflective jacket. Cassidy Carter comes out to join him by his side with the SCW Championship around her waist and the GCW and SCW Television Championships hanging from her shoulders.

ADRENALIZE ME

He pauses before raises his arms up for the crowd as strobe lights break out throughout the arena for the crowd in different shades of red, blue and green in rapid succession. Smoke erupts from underneath them and along the rampway. He snaps his fingers and bobs his head before pointing out to the crowd. Cassidy steps up to raises both Championship belts up above her head.

Phillips: "Making his way to the ring, from Houston, Texas, accompanied by Cassidy Carter, he is the SCW Television Champion and the SCW World Champion, The Personification of Entertainment, Aaace Maaaarshall!!"

Shilo just shakes his head, chuckling. The two make their way down the ramp as Cassidy places the belts back over her shoulders. Reaching the ring Ace slides in before standing up and running his hands through his hair, singing along with the song. Cassidy climbs up on to the apron. Standing along it she raises her head up to the rafters while leaning fully into the top rope. She sways her hips seductively before flipping over the top rope, landing inside the ring before turning and throwing her arms up and walking toward the center of the ring just as Ace makes his way to the corner. He climbs up it before looking out into the crowd while thrusting an arm up. Dropping down after a moment he turns his back to the crowd while watching the official try to take the Television Championship from her. She sticks her tongue out while making him have to follow her around the ring for it. Ace watches this in high spirits before removing his jacket and shades. He turns toward his opponent before giving him a two finger salute before setting his entrance attire to the side of the apron for an official to grab just as the match is about to be underway. The referee, now successful in getting the Television Title, holds it over his head as the SCW Television Championship logo comes across the screen and fades to the bottom corner.

 

Sharper: “Shilo Valiant chuckling at Ace Marshall’s nickname this week. But Ace will need to be all business.”

 

Winters: “Give that both he and Cassidy are having some fun, Shilo Valiant may be planning to use that to his favour.”

 

The bell sounds as the referee hands off the title. Ace Marshall stretches out a bit and turns and circles the ring as Shilo does as well. The crowd roars and the two lunge towards one another and lock up in a collar and elbow tie-up. Shilo and Ace push back on one another before Shilo turns into a side headlock. He pulls back. Ace drags him back to the ropes and then turns and whips him across the ring. Shilo bounces off and Ace steps up and Shilo shoulders him down. Ace hits the mat. Shilo turns and runs into the ropes. Ace dives towards him and tries to trip up Shilo. Shilo hops over and runs into the opposite ropes. Ace gets up and hits a leapfrog. Shilo bounces off and Ace arm drags him down. Shilo gets up and Ace arm drags him down again. Shilo gets back up and Ace forearms him in the jaw. He then grabs him and pulls him out. He goes for a vertical suplex. Shilo however spins through. He shoves Ace into the corner. Ace hits chest first and Shilo rolls him up with a school boy attempt.

Ace just kicks out. The crowd ohs. Shilo and Ace both get up and Shilo nails him with a back chop to the chest. Ace falls to the corner. Shilo then kicks him in the ribs.

 

Sharper: “Shilo thinking quick. Nearly rolled up Ace and won it just like that.”

 

Winters: “Everyone’s thinking about quick finishes tonight. Obviously wanting to get things done fast. They don’t want to get an injury heading into Rise to Greatness.”

 

Shilo kicks Ace again and then grabs him and whips him across the ring. Ace hits the opposite corner. Shilo steps forward as Ace runs out and Shilo lifts him up and back drops him down. Ace gets up and Shilo grabs him and clubs him in the back. He then hooks him up and hits a snap suplex. He goes for the pin.

Ace kicks out. Ace sits up and Shilo gets up and kicks him in the back. Ace turns and winces and turns, slowly getting up. He turns around and Shilo grabs him and kicks him in the ribs. He whips Ace into the ropes. Ace bounces off and Shilo goes for a clothesline. He runs forward as Ace bounces off the other side. Shilo bounces off the other side and Ace jumps up and hits a flying forearm smash. The crowd cheers. Both get up and Ace hits a double knee to the face and then kicks out Shilo’s leg, dropping him down. Ace jumps up and hits a big knee drop to the face of Shilo. He goes for the pin.

Shilo pushes him off. Ace gets up as Shilo stirs. Ace walks over and drives his knee into Shilo’s ribs. He spins him around and into the corner. Ace then drives him knee into the ribs of Shilo and then rears back and does it again and then again. He turns and whips Shilo across the ring. Ace runs after him and Shilo jumps up and floats over him. Shilo then grabs Ace and throws him back with a release German suplex. The crowd ohs.

 

Sharper: “Oh my God. A vicious German suplex. Shilo grabbing him and throwing him back, viciously.”

 

Winters: “And Ace just crumpled. We’ve said it in the past, but the toll of these high-stress matchups have to be wearing on him. He’s defending a title weekly. And last week was hard hitting. Look at Angelica and David.”

 

Sharper: “And they all have bruises still from that. Add James Evans and his assaults.”

 

Winters: “Never mind the carpet burns from Keenie.”

 

Shilo turns and stacks him up.

Ace just kicks out. Shilo looks up. He then turns and grabs Ace, dragging him up. He then scoops him up and drops him with a ribbreaker. Shilo turns and goes to the corner. He then smirks as he climbs up to the top rope. He glances back and Cassidy looks on before Shilo dives off for a moonsault. He connects. He then hooks the leg.

Ace shoots his shoulder up. The crowd cheers. Shilo goes to his knees and looks at the referee. The referee affirms the two count before Shilo grabs Ace and drags him up. He then places his head between his legs. He goes to lift him up for a powerbomb, but Ace slides down. He then forearms Shilo and then again and jumps up, hitting an enziguri kick. The crowd roars.

 

Sharper: “Ace coming to just at the right now! A flurry, the forearms and then the enziguri.”

 

Winters: “Going to need more than that though.”

 

Shilo starts to get up and turns around as he gets up at the ropes. Ace runs at him and jumps up and hits a high knee. Shilo goes up and over the top rope and down to the floor. Ace then watches him as Shilo gets up on the floor. (1) Ace runs across and bounces off. He then runs to the ropes and dives through with a tope onto Shilo. The crowd cheers. (1) Ace rolls over and winces, holding his ribs. He glances at the rampway. (2) He then turns back to Shilo and pulls him up. He elbows him in the back of the head. (3) He then rolls him into the ring. He pulls him back out to stick his head out on the apron. (4) Ace hops onto the apron and jumps up and hits a knee drop to the head. The crowd ohs. Ace walks around on the floor. (1) Shilo rolls into the ring. Ace slides in after. Shilo starts to slowly get up and Ace walks over and kicks him in the ribs before hitting a snap DDT.

 

Sharper: “DDT!”

 

Winters: “That’ll stop him. Just roll him and cover him.”

 

Ace rolls him over and hooks the leg.

Shilo gets his shoulder up. The crowd ohs. Ace rolls away. He gets up and goes to the corner. He exits to the apron and climbs up to the top rope. Shilo slowly rolls over and starts to get up. Ace dives off and goes for a missile dropkick, but Shilo moves out of the way. Ace hits hard. The crowd ohs. Shilo then runs over and rolls him up in a roll-up.

Ace kicks out. Both get up and Shilo scoops Ace up, but Ace slides behind him. Shilo turns around and Ace scoops him up and turns before hitting a tombstone piledriver. The crowd ohs.

 

Sharper: “Tombstone! Ace Marshall hits the Tombstone!”

 

Winters: “Shilo just lost a few inches from that one. Ace Marshall is trying to take him out in one move!”

 

Ace drops down and goes for the pin.

Shilo shoots his shoulder up. Ace looks up. He gets up and grabs Shilo Valiant and slowly lifts him up. Ace then snaps him over with a snap suplex. Ace turns and goes over to the corner and exits to the apron. Ace then climbs up to the top rope. The crowd roars. Shilo remains down as Ace stands up to the top rope and dives off going for a knee drop, but Shilo rolls out of the way. Ace crashes into the mat and rolls through. He winces in pain and gets up and turns back to Shilo and Shilo gets up and runs at Ace and nails him with a running dropkick. Ace hits the mat and turns as Shilo then grabs Ace and pulls him up. He goes the Inside Joke, but Ace blocks it and spins around. He then runs him into the ropes and nails him in the ribs. He then slides out and knees him in the ribs. He turns and whips Shilo into the ropes. Ace steps to the middle of the ring and Shilo jumps to the middle rope and dives back and catches Ace, planting him with the Spotlight Effect.

 

Sharper: “Shilo hits the Spotlight Effect! Shilo off the ropes! Ace Marshall, the TV Champion, the World Champion is down!”

 

Winters: “Told you he rises up at this time of the year! Shilo Valiant with the pin!”

 

Shilo hooks the leg.

The crowd boos as Shilo rolls off of Ace. Cassidy Carter looks stunned as Shilo gets up and smiles. He then turns to the official and demands the Television Championship. Shilo then turns and follows the referee as he goes to the corner and is handed the title. Shilo grabs it and then grabs the official and moves him to the middle of the ring. Shilo then has the referee raise his arm. The crowd boos some more.

 

Phillips: “Here is your winner, and NEW SCW Television Champion, Shilo Valiant!”

 

The crowd boos. Shilo just smiles. We then cut backstage to see James Evans watching one of the monitors backstage. He just smiles seeing this before turning and walking off.

 

Sharper: “Shilo Valiant has just ended Ace Marshall’s Television Championship reign!”

 

Winters: “He’s also beaten the World Champion and James Evans is backstage watching and loving it. Last week, he got involved. This week, he just watched? I don’t get it!”

 

Sharper: “I don’t know what James Evans is thinking, but clearly he’s happy about this. Ace Marshall meanwhile has lost the Television Championship that has brought him so much attention and it goes onto the attention whore of Shilo Valiant!”

 

The crowd continues to boo as Shilo Valiant stands in the ring, celebrating. Ace slowly stirs, starting to come to. Cassidy Carter looks on.

 

Sharper: “Shilo Valiant has his spotlight. But when we return, Jonathan Knots joins me and I hope we get some answers. We have that. Syren will face Selena Frost.”

 

Winters: “And Rachel Foxx called out Red Rayne!”

 

Sharper: “What the hell else will happen tonight here on Breakdown?! We have a new Television Champion!”

 

The crowd continues to boo as Shilo Valiant continues to celebrate and the scene fades to black.

COMMERCIAL:

We open up in one of the hallways backstage to see Jessica Winters standing with James Evans.

 

Jessica: “I am here with James Evans and James, pardon me for what may seem like a stupid question, but you didn’t involve yourself in the match between Ace Marshall and Shilo Valiant. After last week, it seemed like you were trying to keep Ace as the TV champion.”

 

James: “Well I don’t need to rely the same tired tactics that Ace’s manager would use. I’m better than that.”

 

The crowd boos.

 

Jessica: “But you were smiling when Shilo won. Was that simply because Ace lost? He’s been on a tear as of late.”

 

James: “Part that. But more who he lost to. See, I’ve never been given the spotlight and frankly, thinking about it, I don’t need the spotlight. I just need the World Championship. And if you go back a few years, you’ll see who beat Shilo Valiant for the US Championship. That would be me. I know I can beat Shilo. Shilo just beat Ace. And I know I can beat Ace.”

 

Jessica: “So it’s about the mental edge-“

 

James just looks right at Jessica.

 

James: “No. It’s about confirming what I already knew. And this is just the start. Ace now won’t be tiring himself out. One excuse gone.  But tonight, I’ll let him lick his wounds. Too many are underestimating me. Starting next week, they’re going to fear me being World Champion.”

 

Jessica just looks at James as James smirks and walks off. Jessica watches him leave as the crowd boos.

“Immortals” by Fall Out Boy starts to play. We see the SCW Breakdown logo come up on the screen before we see a shot of Kelcey Wallace walking out to the ring with Chris Cannon and then showing Sienna Swann hitting the Slice of Heaven on Jake Starr. This is followed by a shot of Selena Frost locking the Frost’s Bite on Angelica Jones before showing Donovan Kayl hitting the Point Blank on CHBK.

A shot of Red Rayne spewing the Bloodbath into the eyes of Christy Matthews is shown before showing Dawn Lohan standing over Selena Frost. We then see Collin Cole trying to attack Xander Valentine only to be caught and thrown down to the mat.

We then see a shot of Merrick Wiseman handcuffing Ravyn Taylor before showing Adrenaline Rush in the ring. Shots of CHBK standing with Mikaela Street, followed by Katie Steward posing and David Helms walking to the ring are shown. This is followed with a shot of Regan Street dropping Rachel Foxx with the Catnap inside Tactical Warfare before showing Jake Starr hitting the shooting five star frog splash from the top of a cage onto Silas Mason before the SCW Breakdown logo comes back up on the screen.

 

The scene then cuts to inside the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky where pyro ignites either side of the stage and makes its way towards the center. The crowd explodes with electricity with the cameras catching glimpses of all in attendance tonight. Various signs are on full display for their favorite superstars.  The camera continues to pan the crowd before we cut to ringside and the SCW announce table to see Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots at ringside.

 

Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown here in Lexington, Kentucky. Jonathan Knots now joining me, Adam Sharper, at ringside and we just saw a new champion crowned.”

 

Knots: “Shilo Valiant is now the new Television Champion and after everything James Evans did last week to ensure Ace Marshall remained champion, now he happily watched.”

 

Sharper: “You’re just as lost as Shawn and I were. We hope to hear from James Evans and-“

 

The Arena goes dark. Suddenly the sound of the Red Storm “Siren” begins to echo and can be heard throughout the darkened arena.

 

Knots: “Here we go. Red Rayne coming out. Foxx and Rayne about to fight!”

 

The lone red spotlight shines in the entrance way. The Sirens stops the sound of a woman’s voice begins to speak as the red lights begin to illuminate throughout the crowd….

I would fall into a shame

Suddenly the eerie sounds of “Commencement” by Nathan Whitehead plays throughout the arena. A figure in a red hooded cloak ascends from the floor of the entrance way. The woman in the red cloak raises her head, the red pupils from her eyes can be seen through the hood, she slowly takes the hood off to reveal Red Rayne. As the chorus to the music begins she cracks a smile before dropping the cloak on the ramp way wearing all black with red trim gear. Katya walks out with her, dressed in all white.

Rayne gets to the ring, getting up on the apron and into the ring. She turns and holds open the ropes for Katya. Katya enters and looks around before walking over to the middle of the ring. Rayne walks over to the corner and asks for a microphone. She is handed one and she turns back and tells Katya to move to the corner. Katya does as Rayne goes to the middle of the ring.

 

Sharper: “Katya out here too.”

 

Knots: “And Rayne is a bit more direct with her. Telling her to get to the corner.”

 

Rayne: “Rachel…you have made the worst mistake of your life, but that will be easily rectified as I will happily make your remaining time short. You want a fight tonight. I will do so in front of Katya and show the world that when you mess with MY family, I will destroy you!”

 

Sharper: “Her family? Is she referring to Rachel Tatum Lee…or Katya?”

 

Knots: “I don’t even know at this point.”

 

Rayne throws the microphone down. It shorts as it hits the mat. Rayne then looks right at the curtain before “Take Me to Church” starts to play. The crowd roars. A few moments pass as Rayne just continues to watch the entrance way. Rachel Foxx then walks out from the back and after a few strides we see Chad Evans coming out with referees and officials. They run out in front of Foxx and step in front of her. Foxx however continues to focus on the ring, continuing to walk to the ring. The mass of officials follow her down and keep trying to get her to stop. Chad gets to the ring and Foxx steps forward and goes to move to the ring, the officials all stop her. The crowd boos.

 

Sharper: “Foxx on her way down. Remember, she’s scheduled to face Tommy Valentine tonight.”

 

Knots: “Yeah, but she doesn’t care. She wants Rayne. She wants to fight her tonight. And Chad Evans and all of these officials are trying to stop her. Rayne hasn’t moved from the ring. She’s just watches Rachel, not talking her eyes off of her!”

 

The crowd starts to chant for Rachel Foxx as Foxx turns and starts to walk around the ring, with the mass of officials and Chad Evans. Chad Evans keeps telling Foxx to get to the back. Foxx ignores him, moving towards the ring a bit before backing off and starting to walk around some more. As Foxx continues to walk around the ring, we suddenly hear a roar from the crowd. The camera turns to see Mr. D walking down from the back with a sledgehammer in his hand. He just looks down at the ring, dressed in a suit and tie, his eyes not coming off Rayne.

 

Sharper: “Oh my God! The boss is back!”

 

Knots: “And look at him. He looks like hell. Hell dressed in a suit, with a sledgehammer!”

 

Rayne turns and smiles as Chad then looks up and turns before stopping. The officials keep going around and Chad then turns and tells some of the officials to go to stop him. Mr. D gets to the ring and the officials stop him, but Foxx walks around just enough for Mr. D to suddenly rush the ring. Rayne welcomes him in just as Foxx nails one official and then another before rolling in too. Rayne turns and Foxx gets up and runs at her and spears her down. The crowd erupts in cheers.

 

Sharper: “Foxx got in! Foxx got into the ring!”

 

Mr. D keeps trying to get in as the officials stopping him see Foxx hammering away on Rayne. Rayne however blocks one shot and turns and twist, trying to take Foxx’s arm over. Foxx fights a bit as Rayne starts to smile. Foxx keeps fighting before flipping forward. Rayne rolls over and just jerks her up and before nailing her in the ribs and then again. She goes to lift the arm up for the Redrum, but Foxx headbutts her and as Rayne falls back, the officials on the floor get in and push Rayne back. Foxx is pushed back as well. The officials however push Rayne right back into the ropes. Katya just looks on, clearly anxious and Mr. D steps up and nails Rayne right in the back with the sledgehammer. The crowd ohs and cheers as Rayne just collapses into the officials. Chad Evans just turns and stops and looks at Mr. D. He heads over and quickly grabs the sledgehammer. Mr. D just looks at Rayne, seething as Katya just looks at her father stunned.

 

Sharper: “Mr. D just nailed Rayne with the sledgehammer! And she went down!”

 

Knots: “Oh my God! My God!”

 

Sharper: “Rayne however is still moving. She’s stirring!”

 

Knots: “And look at Katya!”

 

Katya looks at her father before turning to Rayne. She then heads to Rayne and drops down and goes to check on her. Rayne stirs as one of the officials tries to get Katya back, but Katya shoves him back. Foxx steps over and tries to get Katya away too and Katya nails her with a slap. Foxx just turns and looks up. The crowd roars, but Foxx catches herself. She just nods and backs up. Mr. D just looks at Katya as she turns back to Rayne, trying to check on her, tears in her eyes. Mr. D just turns around, shaking. Chad tries to talk to him as Mr. D just drops to his knees and starts to tear up as Rayne slowly stirs. The camera focuses on Mr. D as he continues to just tear up, looking down at the ground in front of him as the scene fades to black.

We open up with a still of the scene before the commercial break with Rachel Foxx and Red Rayne standing across from one another.

 

Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown. We saw an absolutely heartwrenching turn of events before the commercial break. Take a look.”

 

Foxx headbutts her and as Rayne falls back, the officials on the floor get in and push Rayne back. Foxx is pushed back as well. The officials however push Rayne right back into the ropes. Katya just looks on, clearly anxious and Mr. D steps up and nails Rayne right in the back with the sledgehammer. The crowd ohs and cheers as Rayne just collapses into the officials. Chad Evans just turns and stops and looks at Mr. D. He heads over and quickly grabs the sledgehammer. Mr. D just looks at Rayne, seething as Katya just looks at her father stunned.

 

Knots: “Yeah. The boss nailed Rayne. Rayne not only was still moving, but Katya didn’t have any response to her father except complete shock and then went to check on Rayne.”

 

Sharper: “And the boss’ reaction says it all. After weeks of being away, of it being revealed he tried to take his own life unable to deal with the stresses of this, he comes back to face Rayne and Katya still sticks with her, instead of her own father!”

 

Katya looks at her father before turning to Rayne. She then heads to Rayne and drops down and goes to check on her. Mr. D just looks at Katya as she turns back to Rayne, trying to check on her, tears in her eyes. Mr. D just turns around, shaking. Chad tries to talk to him as Mr. D just drops to his knees and starts to tear up as Rayne slowly stirs. The camera focuses on Mr. D as he continues to just tear up, looking down at the ground in front of him. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

We then open up backstage to see Mr. D joined by his other daughter, Sasha.

 

Sasha: “You shouldn’t have come.”

 

Mr. D: “The hell I shouldn’t have. She deserved that and much more.”

 

Sasha: “And you’re not in a state to deal with this. Katya’s not all there. She’s not thinking straight. Rayne has brainwashed her or something.”

 

Mr. D doesn’t say anything. Chad Evans starts to follow them.

 

Chad: “Hey!”

 

Mr. D just stops and turns as Sasha turns back.

 

Sasha: “It’s not the time, Chad. I’m taking him to the hotel. We’re leaving-“

 

Chad: “No. Next time tell me you’re coming so I can at least make sure we pop a damn rating. If I’m running the show when you’re gone, I’m going to make sure I make you money.”

 

Mr. D just steps forward and looks at him. Sasha steps forward and between the two.

 

Sasha: “Chad…seriously…what is wrong with you?”

 

Chad: “What? I’m trying to keep order. I’m trying to keep people from killing each other. I don’t need him, half out of it running in there-“

 

Mr. D: “Fine. You want something. I’ll be here next week and if you want to say that again, I’ll make sure that you regret pissing me the hell off!”

 

Mr. D turns and storms off, pulling his arm away from Sasha. Sasha just shakes her head as she turns. Chad watches them leave before turning back. Christina Matsui walks over to her.

 

Christina: “You had to poke the bear.”

 

Chad: “Making sure he’s here next week.”

 

Christina: “It’s his family. You’re playing games with his family.”

 

Chad: “If Foxx is going to be doing her own thing, I may as well make sure I control who’s killing who then on this program. They hired me to run the ship. I’m doing that.”

 

Christina: “You’re sick.”

 

Chad: “Yeah, but I get results. Now…find Rachel, kick her the hell out. Then find Rayne and twenty minute later, kick her out too. They want to fight, they can do it in the hotel and the police can arrest them. I’ve got enough to deal with.”

 

Christina: “But what about Foxx’s match with Tommy Valentine?”

 

Chad: “Congratulations to him. He just got a win. By forfeit. Told her she needed to play by the rules. Part of the agreement I helped D get with her. I’m not going to get run roughshod over like the other weak asses who’ve run this place. Did you see how D looked?”

 

Chad turns and walks off as Christina shakes her head.

 

Knots: “Well he has a point?”

 

Sharper: “Oh stop it. Chad Evans just showed his true colours. Just disgusting.”

 

Knots: “But he’s kicking Rachel and Rayne out.”

 

Sharper: “And are you telling me that Tommy Valentine wants a win that way? And frankly, there are better ways.”

 

Knots: “But hey, he’s got control and Mr. D will be back next week.”

 

Sharper: “Yeah…and in his state…And with Rayne, well-“

Just then, we cut to another part of the backstage area to see Red Rayne limping, clearly in some pain, but actually upright after a shot from the sledgehammer. Katya just stands with her as Rayne leans back against the wall.

 

Katya: “Are you alright? My father-“

 

Rayne: “I’m fine. It will take much more to hurt me. But your father, I’m sorry Katya, but he needs to realize that I am done playing. Next week, if he’s here, I’ll finish the job he couldn’t finish himself. And Katya, you will make sure the last thing he sees is the disdain you have for him.”

 

Rayne then gets up as she turns and motions to her. Katya’s concern turns to more concern as she just remains standing in the hallway.

 

Rayne: “Come on!”

 

Rayne snaps at Katya as Katya then starts to follow her as the crowd boos.

 

Sharper: “Oh no…That’s why he can’t be back here. Rayne has no limits! No morals!”

 

Knots: “And he just made sure she’s going to destroy him next week if he shows up.”

 

Sharper: “Oh God…”

Dawn Lohan vs. Merrick Wiseman

 

‘Justice... Will Be Done’.

The lone riffs of a single guitar echo the familiar chords that herald the entrance of SCW`s peacekeeper before we hear a voice begin that fateful entrance. From the curtain emerges Merrick Wiseman. His head down, his long coat waving a little, the camera closing in for a second on the light playing on his silver Texas Ranger badge, and his hands tracing along his guns. The crowd sings along the chorus as Merrick slowly raises his head, showing his masked face. He suddenly draws one of his pistols and fires into the air and at the ring apron down the ramp as the crowd gives him a negative reaction.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a twenty minute time limit. First, from Sanctuary, Texas, Merrick Wiseman!”


As he walks down the ramp, Wiseman keeps his eyes focused on the ring and for any signs of trouble. Meanwhile, he reaches into his belt, taking out bullet after bullet and reloading his gun. Just about when he is done, he has reached the ring and loads the barrel. Wiseman pulls back the hammer and suddenly crouches down and pulls up the ring apron, pointing his gun inside. Standing up, he twirls his gun and puts it back in the holster. He walks up the stairs, slowly taking off his gun belt, which he leaves draped over the back of the turnbuckle. He takes off his coat, placing it on the metal pole. He gets into the ring and raises his hands for the referee to make sure he isn’t carrying anymore bullets or guns. The ref clears him and he takes off his hat slowly for the audience before tossing it cleanly on the pole.

 

Sharper: “This is going to be a very personal match for Dawn Lohan. Wiseman and Cain were the people who humiliated her back in April.”

 

Knots: “Or gave her the motivation to kick Ravyn Taylor’s ass!”

 

Sharper: “She had that without that. She knew the type of wrestler Ravyn was and was always capable of giving her a good fight. Meanwhile, I have another issue here. Where the hell is Vixen Cain?”

 

"Ms Hyde" by Halestorm echoes from the loud speaker. Dawn Lohan pushes her way through the curtain. The SCW United States Championship sits over her shoulder. She stands in front of the entrance way, she takes a moment to soak in the reaction from the crowd.

 

Phillips: “And his opponent, from San Diego, California, she is the SCW United States Champion, Dawn Lohan!”

 

As the music is coursing through the arena she knows she can't delay the inevitable. She slowly makes her down to the ring, all business. She reaches the ring, slides under the bottom rope. She then drops her title and runs right at Merrick. The crowd roars. Merrick quickly steps through the ropes and drops down to the floor. Dawn stops at the ropes and quickly exits the ring. Merrick spins around the ringpost and Dawn follows. Merrick rolls into the ring and Dawn follows after. She gets up and Merrick stomps her in the back and then again and again and again, while using the ropes for leverage and balance. The bell sounds.

 

Sharper: “Merrick Wiseman knowing Dawn was going to come in strong. Quickly lulled her in and now just stomping away. So much for the rules.”

 

Knots: “Match just started. He’s got until five. He’s just defending himself!”

 

Wiseman stomps her a few more times as the crowd boos loudly. The referee calls for the break.

Wiseman backs up and holds his arms up. Dawn slowly stirs and Wiseman runs over to her and grabs her and pulls her up. He then snaps her over with a snapmare before kicking her in the back. The crowd ohs. Wiseman forces her down before going for the pin.

Dawn kicks out. She turns and Wiseman grabs her and locks in a loose dragon sleeper. The crowd boos more as Wiseman holds on and slowly lifts her up. He then hoists her up and onto his shoulder before running forward and dropping her with a snake eyes into the top turnbuckle. Dawn falls over and rolls over, holding her jaw.

 

Sharper: “Wiseman has Dawn in a bad way here tonight on Breakdown. I still don’t like that Vixen Cain isn’t out here either-“

 

Knots: “Who cares? Clearly he doesn’t need him and right now, Wiseman is getting justice for all of those horrible things Dawn has said about him, about Cain.”

 

Sharper: “Like what?”

 

Knots: “Her desire for justice. That’s their job!”

 

Sharper: “She’s going for vengeance, Jon!”

 

Knots: “Hardly honourable!”

 

Dawn slowly gets up and Wiseman pulls her up by her hair. He spins her around and nails her with a hard right. Dawn falls back to the corner. Wiseman walks over and chops her. The crowd woos. Wiseman then grabs her and whips her across the ring. Dawn hits the corner. Wiseman runs after and drills her with a hard clothesline. The crowd ohs again. Dawn staggers out. Wiseman then watches and nails her with a hard clothesline to the back of the head. He rolls her over and goes for the pin.

Dawn kicks out again. Wiseman grabs her and drags her up. He then wrenches the arm and whips her into the ropes. Dawn bounces off and Wiseman goes for a spinebuster, but Dawn hooks his head and spikes him with the DDT. The crowd ohs. Wiseman pops up, holding his head. Dawn kicks the mat, stomping it as the crowd cheers.

 

Sharper: “Dawn countering with a huge DDT. The heart that she has in front of her, finding a way as Merrick went for one of his patented moves.”

 

Knots: “Yeah, but she’s still on her back. Merrick is too, but she needs to bridge the gap here.”

 

Dawn stomps a few more times and rolls over. Merrick stirs as well. He then starts to get up and Dawn gets up and forearms Merrick in the jaw. Merrick drops to a knee. Dawn nails him again and then turns and grabs his head and jumps up and hits a facebuster. Merrick rolls over. He starts to get back up and Dawn runs into the ropes. She bounces off and Merrick turns to her as Dawn hits a jumping leg lariat. Merrick rolls over and starts to get up. As he does, Dawn runs over and jumps onto his back and jumps up and hits a leg drop to the back of Merrick’s head, forcing him down. The crowd ohs.

 

Sharper: “What a move! Rocker dropper driving Merrick down.”

 

Knots: “Even using Merrick’s back to get more height!”

Merrick kicks out. Dawn turns and gets back to her feet. Merrick then starts to get up as Dawn kicks him in the ribs. Merrick pops up and turns back to the corner. Dawn walks over and forearms him in the jaw and then nails him with a couple of hard shots. Dawn grabs him and goes to whip her across. Merrick however plants his feet and pulls her in. Dawn jumps up, but Merrick catches her and runs forward and hits a running spinebuster. The crowd ohs. Merrick rolls through, hooking the leg.

Dawn shoots her shoulder up. She looks up as Merrick sits up and starts to get up. Merrick gets up as Dawn starts to get up. Merrick gets up and grabs Dawn and then hoists her up and hits a back suplex. The crowd boos. Merrick then gets up and walks around the ring.

 

Sharper: “Merrick slowing things down again. Dawn sped it up. That’s the type of match she would prefer.”

 

Knots: “Not just that, but Merrick can just throw her around. She may be a Lohan, but she’s a light one.”

 

Merrick waits as Dawn slowly gets up. She staggers up and turns to Merrick and Merrick nails her with a clothesline. Dawn slowly turns and Merrick smirks and grabs her. He then whips her into the ropes. She bounces off and Merrick hoists her up onto his shoulders. He then goes to spin her out, but Dawn lands on her feet as he goes for the TKO. Dawn slips back and runs into the ropes. Merrick gets up and Dawn bounces off and hits a flipping neckbreaker, taking Merrick back down. Dawn then turns and goes over to the corner. She then looks at Merrick before jumping up to the middle rope and then to the top and hitting a corkscrew moonsault onto Wiseman.

 

Sharper: “Dawn from the top! Corkscrew! Moonsault!”

 

Knots: “Right onto Wiseman. Right onto his chest.”

 

Dawn turns and dives back.

Wiseman shoots his shoulder up. Dawn turns and starts to get up and Wiseman stirs as Dawn grabs him. She drags him up and kicks him in the ribs. She kicks him again and grabs him by the head and goes for a DDT. Wiseman however pushes her forward and into the corner. Dawn winces. Wiseman backs up and nails her with an uppercut. Dawn staggers forward. Wiseman spins around. Dawn then suddenly snaps out of it and runs at Wiseman, but Wiseman ducks a clothesline, turns and Dawn turns around into a Wiseman Superman punch. The crowd ohs and boos. Dawn slowly rolls over and gets up and Wiseman runs into the ropes. He bounces off and Dawn turns and Wiseman jumps up and nails her with a diving forearm strike. The crowd boos as Dawn hits the mat. Wiseman then goes for the pin.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Merrick Wiseman.”

 

Sharper: “I don’t believe it! Merrick Wiseman, with that forearm strike. Dawn Lohan dazed and Wiseman picks up the win. Another upset here tonight!”

 

Knots: “Caught her right in the eyes. Wiseman just dropped her and pinned the US Champion!”

 

Sharper: “And I’m sure we’ll never hear the end of that-“

 

Just then, we see a shot open up on the big screen. We see a shot inside the locker room of Dark Fantasy.

 

Sharper: “Now what?!”

 

We see a shot of Vixen Cain spraying something into the eyes of Ravyn Taylor and Syren then steps out of the shower, dressed in a towel.

 

Syren: “What the-“

 

Cain: “Well, this is great. Give Vixy a show-“

 

Vixen Cain then walks over and goes to grab at the towel, but Syren swings with her free arm and nails him with a shot. Ravyn turns, holding her eyes and swings violently. Vixen backs up.

 

Cain: “What? This worked a few years ago for you. Come on! Come on!”

 

Syren: “Get out of here, you sick bastard!”

 

Cain: “What? Just giving the fans what they really want? We have a Ravyn sex tape. Let’s give them something to be jealous about.”

 

Syren: “Get out.”

 

Syren steps forward and Cain then grabs at the towel again as Ravyn then grabs Cain and pulls him back. Cain then knees her in the ribs and turns before throwing her into Syren.

 

Sharper: “Vixen Cain breaking into Dark Fantasy’s locker room.”

 

Knots: “And give these hicks in Lexington a show they could only dream of seeing. Syren’s breast size rivals most women here, but she’s half their size!”

 

Cain: “Come on. Get rid of your clothes. Show us how much you love each other!”

 

Cain laughs as she grabs Ravyn and pulls her off of Syren. Syren backs away, pushing the towel down, to ensure no wardrobe malfunctions before Ravyn turns and Cain grabs her by the hair and pulls her up and then throws her out of the room.

 

Cain: “I don’t even need the handcuffs to outdo you. I did it for months, Ravyn. Just like I am now! I have a US Title shot. You have nothing!”

 

Ravyn swings again and Cain then suddenly pulls out whatever he sprayed in her eyes again and Ravyn swings around and backs up, covering her eyes. She then stops, trying to calm herself before Cain just stomps her in the chest. Ravyn rolls over and just then, we see a shot from behind. Cain falls over as David Miller shows up. David nails Cain again in the back of the head and then again before pulling him up by the hair and dragging him away and spinning him into the wall. Cain falls back as we cut to the ring to see Merrick Wiseman running to the back. Miller steps forward as Cain backs up and scampers back, smiling and backs away. Ravyn looks around, rubbing her eyes. Miller just turns and turns to her before turning back to Cain, who has disappeared. Miller turns around as Syren steps out of the locker room, now wearing a bra and a thong. She looks over to Ravyn and bends over to check on her.

 

Syren: “He’s gone…he’s gone.”

 

Miller turns and looks at Syren. Syren just looks up at Miller.

 

Syren: “Uh…thanks….”

 

Miller just turns and walks off as some officials show up now to regain order. The crowd just looks on as we slowly fade to commercial.

COMMERCIAL:

We return to Breakdown. We open up backstage to see Syren standing outside of the Dark Fantasy in her bra, but now wearing her wrestling gear bottoms. Spirit Dansby stands with her.

 

Spirit: “Syren, moments ago, we saw Vixen Cain perpetrate a cowardly attack on you and Ravyn Taylor and make some very disparaging comments. David Miller helped get him away, but it was clearly done to get under your skin. How is Ravyn?”

 

Syren: “She’ll be fine. Cain wanted to come in and spray hairspray in her eyes, harkening back to a few years all to continue to get under her skin. I hope that Cain enjoys this and when Ravyn gets all of the hairspray out of her eyes, next week, I’m sure she’ll say the same, but I hope you have your fun time thinking you’re winning. You’ve got your US Title shot. You’ve got Dawn at Rise to Greatness. Ravyn…she’s not on the card. I’m sure you love that. But you don’t mess with her. You should know this. But the thing is that while she’s been talking about the rush for a challenge, against Kelcey Wallace, she was motivated. When she wanted the World Title, she was motivated. But you…she saw you as fun. She saw you as a toy to play with. Now you’re pissing her off. You’re going to regret that.”

 

Syren pauses for a moment.

 

Syren: “As for me, I can’t wait until she gets her hands on you and makes you regret every filthy statement you said. Needing to come into our locker room, while I’m in my towel. If you want a show that bad, I’m sure we can find a place in Lexington that may be more your tastes. I’d never waste my time on you and frankly, the only people getting a show from me is going to be my wife and maybe a lucky guy. But Vixen, you want to make clear your misogyny. Between Ravyn and Dawn…you’ll get your ass kicked and it will be great to see. But if you want to know what champions are…watch later tonight when Selena and I compete in that ring. I know Regan may run out. Amy may too. We’ll find out. But I’ll be ready for it and I’m angry. Sorry, Selena…but I’m not going to be the nicest girl in that ring tonight. I am however going to show why I’m the best female wrestler in the world today!”

 

The crowd cheers as Syren looks into the camera and we cut away.

We return to ringside as we go to the announce table to see Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots.

 

Sharper: “Syren is fired up and I don’t blame her. It’s been another eventful night. Rise to Greatness season always ups the game.”

 

Knots: “Yeah and people are going for the jugular tonight still.”

 

Sharper: “Speaking of which, last week, Eli D’Angelo said he had a way to stopping Ace Marshall’s influence. While Ace Marshall is focusing on the World Championship and his upcoming defense against James Evans, Eli D’Angelo has been busy and earlier today, he made a visit to Ante Up Wrestling Academy. Let’s take a look.”

 

The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

 

We open up to see Eli D’Angelo standing in front of the Ante Up Academy. He just smiles as he looks at the door.

 

Eli: “Sterling, it is time for us to make sure that the future understands the message our Lord requires them to understand. Ace Marshall has been training here. He’s been friendly with them and that only means too many of them are tainted. Time to provide them with Redemption.”

 

Eli opens the door to the training facility as the scene cuts. We then open up to see Eli D’Angelo walking up to one of the rings in the building. He just looks around and we see one the trainees, a brunette woman, in the background. She starts to head over.

 

Peyton: “Excuse me…can I help you?”

 

Eli: “Ah, yes, you may. I am here to make sure that you don’t turn to a pathway that will only lead to destruction and chaos. Then again, someone like you, even outside of class hours, dressed in your provocative attire….you clearly like to get people’s attention.”

 

Peyton: “Well, I-“

 

Eli: “Shhh…Be quiet my child. I know enough about you that you’ve made some poor choices, given a relationship with Ace.”

 

Peyton: “Ace is fine. I…Why are you here?”

 

Eli: “As I said…to allow you redemption. To give you true guidance. Unlike seeminglyy the purveyors of your training regimen here. More than likely keeping you here as you’re easy on the eyes. You’re capable of so much more.”

 

Peyton: “Just leave…I know who you are. You’re Eli D’Angelo. You’re that creepy religious nutbag Ace told me about.”

 

Eli: “Only further poisoning you-“

 

Peyton: “MATTY!”

 

Eli just shakes his head as Peyton backs away. A few moments pass before we see a door open, the camera turning to show Matty Stone emerging from an office.

 

Matty: “Peyton, what’s going on?”

 

We also see Catalina Herrera step out as well.

 

Matty: “You? What are you doing here? You’re not welcome here.”

 

Eli: “As I can tell, but that is not going to make me leave any quicker. I am here because you clearly require the flaws in your thinking to be removed.”

 

Matty: “There is nothing wrong with what we are doing.”

 

Matty approaches Eli.

 

Matty: “The only thing wrong here is you and your preconceptions.”

 

Eli: “I’m not the one keeping a sex-starved, disrespectful soon to be former World Champion here around impressionable young wrestlers, male…and especially female, many of whom I’m sure has clearly aimed for some individual training sessions.”

 

Peyton just looks at Eli with pure shock and anger. Catalina then heads over.

 

Matty: “That’s enough! I’m going to ask you nicely to leave or I will be phoning the police.”

 

Eli then notices Catalina.

 

Eli: “Oh, then we have her who is cavorting with someone who only cares for her physical appearance, and only affiliated with our Women’s Champion for those reason…someone who admitted to using her sex to get ahead. These are the individuals influencing the future of this business. Even yourself, a former drug addict-“

 

Matty: “That’s enough.”

 

Matty turns to Catalina.

 

Matty: “Catalina, can you go to my office and call the police?”

 

Eli: “Sorry, but this is what my lord requires-“

 

Eli then suddenly grabs Matty by the skull and pushes him back to the ring, pushing him against the ring apron. Eli continues to lock in the Hand of God as Matty struggles against the ring. Peyton looks stunned as Catalina runs over and tries to pull Eli off. Eli just closes his eyes, pushing back on Matty as Matty tries to grab onto anything to stay upright, but Eli keeps pushing him back and forcing him down. Catalina tries to pull him off. Sterling just keeps taping with the camera as Eli turns and lets go and backhands Catalina down. Catalina falls over.

 

Peyton: “Catalina!”

 

Peyton runs over to check on her as Eli then leans back and locks in the Hand of God again. Matty struggles. The camera focuses on Peyton and Catalina for a bit before turning back to Eli. Eli leans in.

 

Eli: “Consider this a warning…I will be back if you do not put this kids on the path to righteousness. I will not let your sins or those of Ace Marshall to infect innocents….Not anymore!”

 

Eli then shoves Matty down. He falls over. Eli then turns. He looks at Sterling.

 

Eli: “Come Sterling…”

 

Eli then walks past Peyton and Catalina. Catalina and Peyton both look up at him as he leaves the building. Sterling follows from behind before the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

 

We open up to a live shot of the crowd at the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky.

 

Sharper: “Unbelievable-“

 

Knots: “Why? Ace Marshall and for that matter, Sienna Swann, are horrible influences! Matty Stone too. Even David Helms!”

 

Sharper: “Still, they’re students. They’re still learning! I get that they’ve had some opportunities in SCW, but this is too much.”

We open up backstage to see Jessica Winters outside of the locker room of Tommy Valentine. Valentine is in his wrestling gear.

 

Jessica: “I am here with Tommy Valentine and Tommy, earlier, you were scheduled to face Rachel Foxx. Rachel, however, has been escorted from the building and Chad Evans said that you’ve been given the win via forfeit. What are your thoughts on this development?”

 

Tommy: “I’m not happy at all. A month ago, we faced each other and thanks to so many others, the match was ruined. This was an opportunity for us to show what we could do. But instead, I get a forfeit victory that everyone knows doesn’t mean a damn thing. On top of that, we have Christy Matthews continuing to pull the same old games and now working with Monarchy just to avoid a title defense. All because she felt wronged for being ignored as long as she did.”

 

Tommy shakes his head.

 

Tommy: “I promised Selena I would deal with this and I will. At Rise to Greatness, I face Christy. I will not accept a forfeit there. Nor will I accept her games. I will make sure she is there. I will be there and we will have a match worthy of the Adrenaline Championship and if Christy beats me, I at least know, she’ll have earned it. But this just made it clear to me that it needs to change and whatever Chad has planned for next week, I’ll be watching. As for Rachel Foxx, one day, we’ll have our match and I just hope one day, we can have a proper match.”

 

Jessica: “Thank you for your time.”

 

Tommy nods.

 

Jessica: “Breakdown continues after this with our Television Championship Eliminator. Don’t go anywhere!”

 

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIAL:

Breakdown returns as we see Bree Lancaster and Blake Mason in their locker room. Blake paces back and forth.

 

Bree: “Why didn’t you just challenge him?”

 

Blake: “Katelyn was there. Add the AJ situation with Kelcey. I suddenly froze.”

 

Bree: “Look, I get the history with Katelyn, but-“

 

Blake: “With Kelcey….given how so many have jumped on me for that link in the past. I don’t want people connecting dots that aren’t there.”

 

Bree: “And if they do? That’s their problem. I know the truth. You do. That’s what should matter. You went there to challenge Shaun, right?”

 

Blake stops and turns to Bree.

 

Blake: “Yeah.”

 

Bree: “He’d give you a match you feel you could at the very least learn from if not use as a springboard to bigger and better things, correct?”

 

Blake: “Yeah. He’s a former World Champion.”

 

Bree: “Then challenge him.”

 

Blake sighs.

 

Blake: “After the last few months…I’m having a lot of second thoughts.”

 

Bree: “Look, so am I. But I’ve talked to people. I’ve talked to Casey. I’ve talked to some of the officials. I’m not giving up on the Women’s Title. You, you shouldn’t give up on the World Title. But you need to make waves. You already were forgotten by Justin Davis with his Boston challenge. Challenged the Joneses, but not you…the man who got a World title shot in your hometown of BOSTON!”

 

Blake: “Don’t remind me-“

 

Bree: “Fine…you returned in Boston to challenge Dylan Howell.”

 

Blake sighs.

 

Bree: “Do it….make waves. The right way. And forget Kelcey. Nothing but trouble these days anyways.”

 

Blake: “Yeah…yeah…”

 

Bree: “Do it…”

 

Blake: “I’ll think about it.”

 

Bree sighs.

 

Bree: “Don’t think about it too long. We’re a month away.”

 

Blake: “Heh…yeah.”

 

Blake just nods as we then cut to another part of the building.

We see David Miller and Amy Chastaine talking backstage.

 

Miller: “Assholes ran. Should’ve guessed it. Pick a fight and then want it only on their terms.”

 

Chastaine: “Whatever. You chased Cain off. That was just ridiculous. Did Wiseman show up?”

 

Miller: “Nah. Probably realized Cain was gone and they met up wherever they’re changing.”

 

Miller shakes his head.

 

Chastaine: “At least you got a show.”

 

Miller looks confused.

 

Miller: “What do you mean?”

 

Chastaine: “Syren? Out there in her bra and thong…”

 

Miller just turns to Chastaine.

 

Miller: “Red….don’t worry there. Eyes didn’t wander. No reason to be totally jealous.”

 

Chastaine rolls her eyes.

 

Chastaine: “Whatever.”

 

Miller: “Plus, hanging out with CHBK earlier this year. I don’t need his sloppy seconds. Already cleaning up one mess of his.”

 

Chastaine: “Fair enough…look…I’ll see you later. I think there is one more thing tonight I may want to take care of. Talk later?”

 

Miller shrugs.

 

Miller: “Sure. I’ll be watching.”

 

Chastaine smirks.

 

Chastaine: “Good.”

 

Chastaine walks off as Miller watches Amy leave as we cut to ringside.

Lexi von Aaron vs. Stacy Kissinger

Television Championship Eliminator

 

The lighting completely turns off inside the arena and only the SCWtron is lit. It shows a set of deep brown eyes. It slowly zooms out to show the face of Stacy Kissinger. Some people pop in the crowd. The SCWtron zooms out even further until her entire frame can be seen before if zooms back in real fast to just show Stacy’s face. Her eyes blink and then close and the SCWtron goes to black.

But it's not a few seconds before the beginning of "Fight Song" by Rachel Platten is heard. A small bit of fog rolls out onto the stage and the familiar figure of Stacy Kissinger steps out and through the fog. The stage lights come on so everyone can see her holding a microphone, wearing a yellow and dark slate blue colored robe around her, the colors of Adrenaline Rush.

She doesn't sing, but she does remove herself from the foggy stage and descends down the ramp as she looks around the arena a little bit, gently smiling.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall, has a fifteen minute time limit and is your Television Championship Eliminator! First, on her way to the ring, from Dallas, Texas, representing Adrenaline Rush, it is the Solid Gold Sensation, Stacy Kissinger!”


Stacy completes her walk to the ring and slides in. She then stands up and goes to the center of the ring and slowly spins herself around so she can view the entire arena. She then removes the robe from around her, pats a patch of each color that is on the robe before placing it on her corner's turnbuckle, revealing that she has on a short frilly black skirt and a red halter top that states "Feel The Rush", in yellow, on the front.

Stacy then hears a few boos from the crowd, obviously from her critics. She shrugs her shoulders and looks back to the stage, which is when one line of pyro goes off while her entrance music is coming to an end. While it does, Stacy turns her attention to the match that she's about to face as she goes to the corner of the ring where her Adrenaline Rush colored robe is. She places her special personalized microphone down in the corner. She then warms up for the match that she's about to take part in.

 

Sharper: “Stacy Kissinger has had to have had a long night. Ambrosia, Jynkz’s sister was here again and attempted to get after Stacy again. She was stopped by security before she was able to really do anything.”

 

Knots: “Nothing irrational there. Jynkz was injured by that vindictive individual and while Ambrosia may attack backstage, Lexi von Aaron is going to get revenge for them!”

 

"LEXtacular!" is heard through the arena. “No Nagging” by Froggy Mix hits and Lexi Von Aaron comes out bouncing to the beat she makes her way confidently skipping to the ring swishing her bright orange hair from side to side.

 

Phillips: “And her opponent, from Los Angeles, California, representing Money in the Bank, she is Lexi von Aaron!”

 

She makes her way up the ring steps and then jumps over the top rope and does a twirl before dropping to knee with her arms spread doing the hang-ten sign with each of her hands.

 

Sharper: “Lexi von Aaron, looking arrogant as always. I’m surprised she’s not going right after Stacy. I thought this was about revenge!”

 

Knots: “She’s just lulling Stacy in. Lexi is a hell of a strategist!”

 

Sharper: “Uh-huh. That’s why Money in the Bank isn’t out here either!”

 

Lexi then gets up as she turns as Stacy looks at her. The bell sounds. Lexi then closes her eyes before running right at Stacy and Stacy nails her with a forearm as she comes in. The crowd roars. Lexi gets up and turns before Stacy nails Lexi with another forearm. Lexi hits the mat. She gets up and Stacy forearms her down again. Lexi gets back to her feet and Stacy kicks her in the ribs and pushes her to the ropes before whipping her across the ring. Lexi bounces off and Stacy lifts her up before hitting a back body drop. Lexi rolls over as Stacy turns to her and jumps up and hits a dropkick, knocking her back down. She then gets up as the crowd boos as we see Lenore Price-Mason and Chanel Hunter walking down from the back, pushing Jynkz who is in a wheelchair. Her eyes are wide-open darting around, with her neck in a neck brace. She is doing her best to not move at all.

 

Sharper: “Wait a minute.”

 

Knots: “There you go.”

 

Sharper: “Money in the Bank coming out here. Lenore and Chanel with Jynkz. And poor Jynkz is in a wheelchair.”

 

Knots: “Then cheer for Lexi. She’s getting revenge and Stacy has to see exactly what she did to Jynkz!”

 

Stacy looks at them as Chanel and Lenore get to ringside. Lexi then runs up behind Stacy and clotheslines her down. She then grabs the arm of Stacy and kicks her in the armpit. She then kicks her again in the shoulder before pulling her up and dragging her to the ropes. Stacy grimaces as Lexi pulls on her arm, pulling it against the middle rope. Stacy struggles as the referee calls for the break.

Lexi lets go. Stacy falls down. She rolls over. Lexi turns and stomps her in the chest and then the ribs. She pulls Stacy up and pulls her up before scooping her up and slamming her down. She hits a jumping elbow drop and goes for another pin.

Stacy Kissinger kicks out again. Kissinger turns as Lexi grabs her by the hair and drags her up. She then whips her into the ropes. Stacy bounces off the ropes and takes Lexi down with a crossbody.

Lexi kicks out. Lexi moves over to the far corner as Kissinger follows. Chanel says something to Jynkz and Jynkz goes stiff as a board as Chanel and Lenore start to move her around the ring and over to the corner where Lexi and Stacy are.

 

Sharper: “They’re moving Jynkz around and I don’t like this.  Something is off about this.”

 

Knots: “Yeah! Stacy injured that poor innocent Jynkz!”

 

Sharper: “Meanwhile, they’re moving her around so Stacy constantly has to see her.”

 

Kissinger nails Lexi with a forearm and then a chop. She grabs Lexi and whips her across the ring. Lexi hits the opposite corner hard and staggers out as Kissinger jumps up and takes her down with a dropkick. Chanel and Lenore roll Jynkz around the ring some more before we see Craig Thomas and Tyler Tucker walking out from the back. Stacy goes for the pin.

Lexi kicks out. Lexi turns as Kissinger grabs her. She scoops her up and hits a fall forward slam. Stacy turns and goes to the corner. She exits to the apron and then climbs up to the top rope. Tucker and Thomas reach ringside as Chanel snaps at Stacy.

 

Chanel: “Look what you did to her! Look at her! Paralyzed and everything!”

 

Stacy then turns to the ring, briefly distracted by Chanel as Lexi gets up and grabs Stacy and steps on the middle rope and hits a belly to belly suplex off the top rope. The crowd ohs. Stacy rolls over in pain.

 

Sharper: “The distraction from Chanel and Stacy suplexed from the top!”

 

Knots: “No distraction. Just the truth!”

 

Stacy slowly gets up as Thomas and Tucker look on. Lexi then steps over to her and takes her over with an exploder suplex. The crowd ohs and Lexi hooks the leg.

Stacy shoots her shoulder up. Lenore and Chanel start to move Jynkz around some more. Thomas then shakes his head. He turns to Tucker. They start to move around the ring as well in the opposite direction. Stacy turns and Lexi grabs Stacy and turns and kicks her in the side of the ribs. Stacy rolls over. Lexi then walks over to the ropes and looks at Thomas and Tucker.

 

Lexi: “Really?! You’re going to stand with her! For ruining Jynkz’s career! You two are horrible people! HORRIBLE!”

 

Thomas just shakes his head, ignoring her as Tucker is a bit affected. Lexi turns back and grabs Stacy. She then lifts her up and starts to go for a pumphandle, but Stacy blocks it and counters with a hip toss.

 

Sharper: “Kissinger counters. Lexi von Aaron got a bit too arrogant.”

 

Knots: “No! Adrenaline Rush was distracting her. Why are they allowed out here?!”

 

Lexi starts to get up and Stacy runs over and hits a running bulldog. Lenore starts to chirp at Thomas and Tucker as Thomas starts to head over to Jynkz. Chanel stops her as Lenore backs up too. They point at Thomas and Tucker as Kissinger exits to the apron and climbs up to the top rope. The crowd roars. Jynkz flinches a bit as she’s pushed back before stopping and looking around with her eyes before then closing them and going perfectly still. Chanel and Lenore keep standing guard on her. Kissinger steadies herself on the top rope. Kissinger gets to the top rope when we see Jacky Knight running down from the back. Lexi gets the referee’s attention, holding her neck as Kissinger just steps down a turnbuckle, clearly confused before Jacky hops onto the apron and shoves her off. Kissinger flips forward and lands on her back. She starts to get up and Lexi suddenly gets up and strikes Kissinger with the Operation LeX. The crowd boos. Lexi goes for the pin.

The crowd boos as the bell sounds. Lexi rolls out of the ring. Lenore then stands guard as Thomas turns and sees Jacky Knight.

 

Phillips: “Here is your winner and next challenger for the SCW Television Champion, Lexi von Aaron!”

 

Sharper: “God damn it. Jacky Knight from behind. Stacy Kissinger had this won. She had Lexi down.”

 

Knots: “That’s not how it goes.”

 

Sharper: “And with Money in the Bank goading Adrenaline Rush out here. Clearly playing on everyone’s emotions in this situation.

 

The crowd continues to boo. He starts to go around the ring as Tucker hops onto the apron. Chanel rolls Jynkz around the ring as Lexi turns and Chanel pushes Jynkz torwards. Lexi immediately embraces Jynkz before smiling. Jynkz actually pats her back and Lexi pushes back and whispers something to JYnkz, causing her to again go stiff as a board. Lenore runs around to join them as Money in the Bank start to make their exit. Thomas just snaps at them as Lexi starts to now celebrate her win.

 

Sharper: “Did you see Jynkz? She was patting Lexi’s back!”

 

Knots: “Just a nervous twitch. She’s paralyzed! She’s hurt!”

 

Sharper: “And Adrenaline Rush is right to be upset. Stacy Kissinger got screwed here!”

 

Money in the Bank continue to move to the back as Kissinger starts to get up, holding her jaw. Lexi smiles and celebrates as she heads to the back. Thomas just throws his arms up in the air in anger as Tucker helps Kissinger up.

COMMERCIAL:

Breakdown returns from commercial and we see Chad Evans talking to Gable Winchester and Autumn Valentine.

 

Chad: “Well you see, given that Money in the Bank just showed they may have the inside track with everything with Jynkz, I’d like to scheduled your Tag Title defense against Adrenaline Rush next week.”

 

Autumn: “Well we have no problem with that, but what have Money in the Bank done outside of just piss off a lot of people. Sorry, but that shouldn’t be a reason. I hate to say it, but Jake Starr and Greg may have accomplished more.”

 

Gable: “Don’t say that. We’ll never hear the end of it.”

 

Chad: “That’s great. But let’s name the tag matches they’ve had. One. I’m not going to let that fly. They can claim they’re in the title hunt, but after last week, Greg cost them that one. Jake had beaten you, then we could talk Tag Title Shot.”

 

Gable: “I’m fine with that.”

 

Autumn: “But Money in the Bank-“

 

Chad: “Still thinking about it. But with Honour Code worrying about things with the remains of Monarchy, I’m moving forward. Money in the Bank and Honour Code can deal with their issues later. I still need to worry about a World Tag Team Championship shot and with Adrenaline Rush maybe distracted by this Jynkz injury-“

 

Autumn: “You don’t buy that, do you?”

 

Chad: “Until I see medical records, but the Board doesn’t like that.”

 

Chad glances off camera, likely to Christina Matsui.

 

Chad: “I just gotta go with what I hear.”

 

Gable: “So be it. Addy Rush deserve it. We’ll have a hell of a match.”

 

Chad: “Good.”

 

Chad turns and heads off as Autumn turns to Gable and shrugs.

Breakdown opens up backstage to see Spirit Dansby standing outside of the locker room of the Stewards. She knocks on the door and looks around waiting before the door opens. Gigi Steward steps out as the crowd boos. Gigi just looks at Spirit and scoffs.

 

Gigi: “They had to send you. The one who is all buddy buddy with Sienna. Yeah. We saw the pictures.”

 

Spirit: “I just came here to get some thoughts from Katie.”

 

Gigi: “Well she’s not here. After seeing how frustrated Sienna is and the fact that she’s so broken over the fact that she ruined her own life, Katie decided to do the RIGHT thing, something Sienna has a problem with and instead of just piling on, she’s going to enjoy the rest of the night out at a local club where we’ll show the world why the Stewards are where the party is at. I’m just about to leave myself.”

 

Spirit: “You can’t actually believe that. She’s a nice girl.”

 

Gigi: “And maybe she’s just using her body to get the top. Who’s to say she didn’t sleep with the referee during my match with her…or maybe before Retribution? She did it to get Miss Universe. Someone like that, they need their ego fed, time and time again. It’s just that simple. It’s a shame as she could’ve been on Katie’s good side, but no, she had to again make a bad decision.”

 

???: “Really, Gigi. You’re going to pull that.”

 

Gigi turns as we then see Casey Holliday come into view. The crowd cheers seeing her.

 

Gigi: “Whatever Casey. Leave me alone. You got your little win against me. Be happy. You’re back on the winning side of things.”

 

Casey: “I’m not going to just let you sit there and act like you’re the biggest deal ever. Let’s not forget you got your title shot because the boss’ daughter had faith in you. But guess what, you just showed you’re happy to follow Katie’s footsteps.”

 

Gigi: “Please.”

 

Casey: “But don’t worry, I guess Katie is going to get what she wants. This revival of the Women’s Division. A lot of us just want to kick her ass to put her in her place. Especially after how she had to win the title. And while Sienna may be ready to go, a lot of us are happily ready to stand next in line. Bree….myself….we’ll do what we need to to show Katie that we don’t need her doing anything with us. Maybe just going away.”

 

Gigi: “You disrespectful-“

 

Casey: “I’ve been called that. I guess it’s just my youth. Stop us if you can. I doubt you’ll be able to.”

 

Casey then walks off as Gigi just glares at her. She then turns to Spirit.

 

Gigi: “Go find some bikini to model with Sienna. Maybe if she’s crying, you’ll look hotter for once.”

 

Spirit just scoffs at Gigi as Gigi returns to her locker room and slams the door shut.

“Immortals” by Fall Out Boy plays throughout the arena. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a shot of Selena Frost and then a shot of Syren before showing both.

 

Sharper: “When we return, our main event will be next. Syren will face Selena Frost. Regan Street and Kennedy Street may no doubt be watching!”

 

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIAL:

Selena Frost vs. Syren

 

The lights go out leaving the arena in complete darkness. In the darkness we hear the thumping of a heart beating twice. With each beat we see a pink heart on the screens, and pink lights on the stage flashing in unison. After a few more seconds of darkness we hear the heart beating twice more, accompanied by the same lights. A few more seconds of darkness are followed by two more flashes of light, this time in a silhouette against the lights we see the figure of a woman standing. Two more heart beats once again show the silhouette of the woman. The crowd roars and “Groupie” by Cassie Steele hits the PA system. The lights come back up as the crowd roars to find Syren standing in the middle of the stage.

She turns around, pointing at the back of her jacket where we see the words ‘JUST BE JEALOUS’ accompanied by her heart-logo. She spins back around before pointing toward the ring and starting to head down toward it, slapping hands on her way down to ringside.

 

Phillips: “This match is scheduled for onefall for TV time remaining and is your main event of the evening. On her way to the ring, from Los Angeles, California, she is Syren!”

 

Once at ringside she jumps up onto the apron, looking around again at the cheering fans before ducking down, shaking her ass a little to another cheer from the fans before ducking in under the second rope and walking across the ring, climbing to stand on the middle turnbuckle and raises her hands in to the air. After a few seconds of posing she blows a kiss out to the crowd and jumps down, walking across the ring to the other side where again she stands on the middle turnbuckle, waving at the fans and blowing another kiss out to the crowd. After several more seconds she leaps down, removing her ring jacket and putting it in the corner before jumping up and sitting on the top turnbuckle.

 

Sharper: “A hell of a night tonight has been. And we’re going to end it off with what will be a huge main event here on Breakdown. The former World Champion Syren will face off against Selena Frost who has made a career this year by winning both the Best of the Best and Shot of Adrenaline Tournaments.”

 

Knots: “Yeah, and now she’s got Kennedy Street on her ass, so I hope she’ll enjoy the end of her career as Kennedy stands up for her cousin, unlike Regan Street!”

 

"BELIEVE IT!"

At the sound of the familiar call, the true-believers are immediately on their feet in cheers as "What I Believe" by Skillet brings forth a barrage purple-blue lights in the design of snowflakes across the arena. From the back, out walks The Snow Queen, herself, Selena Frost. With a twirl amongst the lights and snowflakes, Frost slowly strolls down the ramp, her platinum-white hair in a long-braid swishing this way and that as the lights bounce off the ice-shard cape she wears.

Phillips: “And her opponent, from Nome, Alaska, she is the 2016 Best of the Best Tournament winner, Selena Frost!”


Looking around the arena, Selena smiles at the voice of her true-believers before sliding into the ring. Inside, the Winter Diamond is quickly on her feet, stepping into the center of the ring as all the snowflake-lights rush to form a large blue-white snowflake-shaped light over Selena. Raising her arms, the Defier of Worlds looks up at the lights before they return to normal. With a smile, Selena removes her ice-shard cape, folding it and placing it aside before returning her attention to the ring.

 

Sharper: “This should be a classic. Selena Frost has shown no one can stand in her way and Syren has been a fixture here in the main event, including that of Rise to Greatness for years.”

 

Knots: “Yeah, but unless Vixen Cain got a good shot in, going for Ravyn and Syren earlier tonight.”

 

Sharper: “Ravyn Taylor and Vixen Cain clashing earlier. Vixen electing to cause problems. Miller helping undermine that all.”

 

The bell sounds. Selena and Syren circle the ring and lunge and grapple in the middle of the ring. Syren turns and goes into a side headlock. Selena reaches around and goes to pull Syren back. Syren goes to the ropes and Selena goes to fire her off, but Syren holds on. Selena continues to reach around and starts to push up on the arm of Syren. She gets free and turns into an overhead wrist lock. Syren winces and turns and counters into a standard wrist lock. Selena spins around and drops down and pushes back on Syren’s chest. Syren falls back. Selena nips up and she goes for a hard right. Syren blocks it and forearms Selena in the jaw. She runs into the ropes and Selena hits a back elbow. Syren hits the mat. Selena goes for the pin.

Syren kicks out. She sits up and Selena immediately locks in a reverse chinlock. The crowd applauds a bit.

 

Sharper: “And Selena gets the first true advantage here. Chinlock. Simple move. Wears you down.”

 

Knots: “That’s the thing. You don’t want to screw anything up. Then again, with Regan Street running around, that could also apply to both Selena and Syren.”

 

Syren slowly starts to turn as Selena holds on. Syren then elbows her in the ribs. Selena however lets go and elbows Syren in the shoulder. Syren staggers off. Selena then nails her with a forearm. She nails her again before turning and whipping Syren into the ropes. She bounces off and Selena goes to nail her. Syren slides between her legs. She gets up and Selena turns around and goes to nail her, but Syren drops down and takes her over with a fireman’s carry. Selena rolls through and gets up and Syren hits a front dropkick. Selena falls back to the corner. Syren gets up and goes after her. She forearms Selena in the jaw. She nails her again and then grabs her and pulls her out and into a short-arm clothesline. Selena holds her jaw as Syren turns and exits to the apron. She then climbs up to the top rope. Selena however suddenly gets up and nails Syren in the ribs. Syren grimaces and Selena then press slams her off the top rope.

 

Sharper: “Syren caught. Selena coming to and throwing her off the top.”

 

Knots: “Just like the fall from grace Regan Street may be hoping for and what Amy is hoping for too. That’s what happens at the top. Everyone wants to see you fall.”

 

Syren rolls over and slowly gets up and Selena runs over and hits a running dropkick. The crowd ohs. Syren falls back. Selena goes for the pin.

Syren kicks out. Selena gets up. She grabs Syren by the arm and drags her up. She then wrenches the arm and whips her into the ropes. Syren bounces off and Selena takes her down with a jumping calf kick. Syren hits the mat. Selena gets up and runs into the ropes. She bounces off and hits a running leg drop. She goes for the pin.

Syren kicks out again. Selena gets up and stomps her in the face. Syren stirs as Selena grabs her. She lifts her up and hits a snap suplex. Syren stirs and gets up. Selena runs into the ropes and bounces off and hits a snap hurricanrana, taking Syren down. She rolls through and gets up. Selena turns and goes for the Glass Shard, but Syren blocks it and then suddenly snaps her off with a dragon screw and Selena rolls to the floor.

 

Sharper: “Selena got greedy! Tried for the Glass Shard. Syren however had it scouted.”

 

Knots: “Not just that, but Keenie is going to be scouting. Syren is nearly the same level as Kennedy. Almost. Not quite. But close. So Selena is probably exposing her strategy here.”

 

Sharper: “Uh-huh.”

 

Selena slowly gets up on the floor. (1) Syren then goes to the ropes. She grabs the top rope and slingshots over and onto the middle rope before hitting a moonsault onto Selena. The crowd erupts in cheers. (1) Syren rolls over. She starts to get up. (2) Selena looks up as Syren grabs her. (3) She then lifts her up and drops her chest first into the barricade. Selena staggers back to the ropes. (4) Syren then rolls her into the ring. Syren slowly climbs onto the apron. Selena slowly rolls over as Syren goes to the corner and climbs up to the top rope. Selena gets up and turns and Syren dives off and hits a diving clothesline. Selena hits the mat. Syren goes for the pin, hooking the leg.

Selena kicks out. Syren gets up and jumps up, hitting the Blonde Satisfaction. The crowd ohs. Syren rolls back as Selena rolls over, grabbing at the ropes.

 

Sharper: “Syren getting her first nearfall, finally, in this match. It’s surprising, but that’s how well Selena has come in on this one.”

 

Knots: “Yeah, but now that Selena has lost that advantage, she’s going to be in for a long night. Syren’s finished people off from here. Again, Keenie! Watch!”

 

Selena grabs at the ropes and Syren grabs her and lifts her up and hits a back suplex. Selena rolls through. She starts to get up again and Syren runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a swinging neckbreaker. Syren goes for the pin.

Selena gets her shoulder up. Syren grabs her and lifts her up. Syren then forearms her and then again. She lifts her up and then walks over to the corner. She places her onto the top turnbuckle. Syren then nails her with a headbutt. Selena staggers and Syren climbs up to the top rope. She grabs Selena and hooks her up. Selena however forearms her in the jaw and then the ribs before grabbing Syren and bending her over. She then jumps off and hits a sunset flip powerbomb. The crowd ohs. Selena then stacks her up.

 

Sharper: “Sunset flip powerbomb! Cover!”

Knots: “Nope!”

 

Selena walks forward as the crowd ohs. Syren rolls over. She starts to get up and Selena runs over and grabs the arm of Syren and hits an armbreaker bulldog. The crowd ohs. Syren rolls over, holding her arm. Selena then goes for the shoulder and stomps her in it before stomping her again. Syren rolls over to the ropes. Selena grabs her and drags her up and turns before whipping her across the ring. Syren bounces off and Syren goes to grab the arm, for a deep arm drag, but Syren flips through onto her feet. Selena turns and Syren hits a basement dropkick. Selena falls back. The crowd ohs. Selena slowly gets up and Syren jumps up and takes her over with a hurricanrana into a pin.

Selena kicks out just in time. Both get up and Syren jumps up and hits the Golden Blonde.

 

Sharper: “Golden Blonde! Syren making sure she kept Selena down!”

 

Knots: “And Selena is struggling to keep the pressure onto Syren! She went for the arm, but Syren knew that!”

 

Sharper: “And Syren going for the pin!”

 

Syren hooks the leg.

Selena kicks out. Both women stir and Syren gets up first as Selena gets up. Syren clubs her in the back and then again. She then goes for a back suplex, but Selena backflips through. Syren runs into the ropes forward and bounces off before Selena suddenly jumps up and snaps her off with a frankensteiner. The crowd cheers. Both women get up and Selena jumps up and hits a enziguri. She then grabs the arm and goes for a fujiwara arm bar, but before Syren can lock it in, she spins through and takes her down with a school boy.

Selena kicks out. Both get up and Syren goes for a clothesline. Selena ducks and runs into the ropes. Selena then jumps to the middle rope and dives back, hitting the Cold Shoulder onto Syren.

 

Sharper: “Syren caught as she turned around.”

 

Knots: “Twisting around and Syren’s dazed!”

 

Syren rolls over as Selena starts to get up. Selena grabs Syren and pulls her up and grabs the arm. She spins around and goes to take her over for the Frost Bite, but Syren blocks it and drops down, turning it into a cover.

Selena kicks out. Both get up and Selena turns to Syren. Selena forearms her and then goes for a clothesline, but Syren ducks, bounces off the ropes and Selena turns only for Syren to blast her with the Face Lift. The crowd ohs. Syren drops to her knees. Regan then runs out from the back. The crowd roars again, while more boo. Syren gets up and runs into the far ropes. She then sees Regan and instead of going after Selena, she hops over Selena and runs to the ropes and dives over the top rope and into Regan Street as she gets to ringside. The crowd erupts in cheers.

 

Sharper: “Regan Street coming out just like she did earlier, but this time, Syren cuts her off! Big plancha over the top rope!”

 

Knots: “Selena however is recovering. She could take advantage. She’s that type of person!”

 

Sharper: “The hell she is. She’s always been a fighter. Her own fighter. I don’t know if she’ll appreciate what Regan is doing either!”

 

Selena slowly starts to stirs as the referee drops to the floor to get Regan away from the ring. Syren rolls over and starts to get up. Regan turns and Syren stomps at her and then again, but just then, we see Selena get up in the ring and Kennedy Street sliding into the ring, having come from the crowd. Maximillian is with her as he also came through the crowd. Selena turns and Kennedy blasts her with the Touch of Class.

 

Knots: “Keenie!”

 

Sharper: “Kennedy Street! She actually went through the crowd?! And my God! Touch of Class. What a kick!”

 

Syren then turns and heads back to the ring. The referee tells Regan to get back as Regan sees Kennedy. Syren slides in and Kennedy turns to her and rolls to the floor. Maximillian hops onto the apron to stop Syren and Syren runs across and nails him with a forearm and then another and another. Selena rolls over, half out of it as Regan keeps trying to get around, but the crowd roars as we then see Amy Chastaine running down from the back. She grabs Regan from behind and nails her in the back. Regan turns and Amy nails her with a shot. Regan fires back. The referee tries to break them up. Kennedy meanwhile runs around the ring and runs right past Regan and Amy before running to the back. Syren knocks Maximillian off the apron. Maximillian falls back.

 

Sharper: “Amy Chastaine down here. Fighting with Regan! She’s getting revenge for earlier tonight!”

 

Knots: “And Maximillian! Syren! What did he do to you?!”

 

Sharper: “How about interfering?! Syren isn’t going to stand for that!”

 

Syren turns around as she sees Amy and Regan trading blows back and forth on the floor. Syren then looks at Selena before turning to Amy and Regan and looking around. The crowd roars. We then see officials running down from the back. Syren stops and turns around when suddenly, Selena grabs her and spikes her with the Icebreaker. The crowd ohs.

 

Sharper: “Icebreaker!”

 

Selena turns and throws her arm over Syren as the officials try to separate Amy and Regan and the official for the match turns and rolls into the ring, seeing the pin.

The bell sounds.

 

Phillips: “Here is your winner, Selena Frost!”

 

The crowd roars.

 

Sharper: “Selena Frost has pinned Syren!”

 

Knots: “H-how?!”

 

Sharper: “Selena Frost continues to show she is at the top of her game. Both Syren and Selena had their distractions, but Syren got caught. Selena spiked her and got the three!”

 

Knots: “And the chaos out of the ring hasn’t stopped!”

 

Amy and Regan are pulled apart, but each try to keep getting to one another. Selena slowly gets up as she has her arm raised. Syren stirs a bit. Selena looks around before turning and seeing Regan and Amy battling. Selena turns and starts to head over to the ropes.

 

Sharper: “And despite the win, Selena going over to stand with Regan!”

 

Knots: “Damn it! Kennedy! You’ll need to kick her harder next time!”

 

Selena goes to the ropes and slowly drops down. She gets up and staggers a bit as the referee then hold her back. Syren starts to stir in the ring as the scene slowly fades to black…
