“Supreme Championship
Wrestling...”
A shot of Syren holding the SCW
Women’s Championship, followed by a shot of CHBK hitting a Bittersweet Ending
on one individual, before turning a shot of Jason Zero hitting a spear on Brian
Kinney from Rise to Greatness a few years ago, before turning into a shot of
Jake Starr hitting the Shooting Five Star on James Exeter.
“The leading force in sports and
entertainment today....”
The SCW logo then appears on the
screen before evaporating into smoke and the scene fades to black.
MAIN SHOW:
The opening strums of “Rescue
Me” by Buckcherry plays as the Breakdown logo flies past the screen before we
see a shot of Jake Starr holding the SCW Championship over his head. This is
followed by a shot of Brittany Lohan locking in the From California with Love
before freezing and flying past the screen. We see a shot of Katie Steward
posing on the rampway before freezing and flying past the screen. This is
followed by a shot of Rachel Foxx pulling on a barbed wire wrapped bat stuck on
Dillusion’s hair and then ripping away as Dillusion smiles from the sudden
pain, before freezing and flying at the screen.
“You can't erase this deep
inside of me
I know I'm not a sight to see
But baby, I'm alive.”
We see Dillusion hitting
Anthony Wallace with a hard right hand before freezing and flying at the
screen. A shot of Jason Zero dropping Sasha Drachewych with the Chaos Theory is
shown before freezing and flying at the screen. A quick shot of David Helms
holding the SCW World Championship over his head, before switching to a shot of
Gable Winchester and Stacy Kissinger standing together, followed by a shot of
Thorn hitting the Griever’s Bane on someone is shown, followed by a shot of
CHBK standing in a suit in the ring, all freezing in mid-motion and flying at the
screen.
“I cherish the love and
I cherish the life that's inside of me
And I know I'm not a sight to see
But baby, I'm alive.”
Shots of Gigi Steward and
Syren looking at each other, standing across the ring from each other, followed
by showing Lucas Knight hitting someone with the UKOD, and followed by a shot
of Shawn Winters hitting the Graven Image on Greg Cherry are all shown before
freezing and flying past the screen. A shot of the former SCW Tag Team
Champions, Karnivale, are shown, posing with the titles before flying past the
screen.
“Won't you come and rescue me?
Separate myself from me
Maybe I'm too blind to see
Save my life, rescue me.”
Several shots of various SCW
competitors, new and old, including Anthony Wallace, Mike Harrison, Thorn &
David Helms, Lucas Knight, Karnivale, Ducky, Warren James, James Evans &
Katelyn Buehler, Infamous and others all fly past the screen before ending with
the SCW Breakdown logo flying into the screen.
The scene then switches to the
inside of the EnergySolutions Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah where spotlights
circle the arena before pyro shoots out from the entrance way on both sides and
around the big screen before coming to a stop. The crowd erupts in cheers as
the cameras pan the audience, showing the crowd, cheering and waving their
signs, hoping to get onto camera. Spotlights circle the arena before we sweep
down to ringside.
Sharper: “Welcome everyone to
Salt Lake City as we expect to find out all of the fallout from Retribution
here tonight. Hello again, I’m Adam Sharper, alongside Jim Dawson and Donovan
Kayl and tonight, we have several huge matches including a big tag team main
event.”
We go to ringside to see the
SCW Announcers at the SCW announce table.
Dawson: “That we do. We are
going to see Marina Trent and Shilo Valiant go against Dark Fantasy here
tonight. Midnight Boulevard is the name of the duo from Karnivale and the
Karnivale/Dark Fantasy rivalry will be rekindled tonight.”
Kayl: “Yeah, but we also got
some other big matches. Jason Zero is going to be in action. He’s going to face
someone he’s got a hell of a history with in Dillusion. We’ve got a lot of
questions for Jason Zero though to say the least.”
Sharper: “And along with that,
we know Thorn is here. The SCW World Champion is here. Christy Matthews is as
well and there have been a number of reports going around the internet with
regards to Miss Matthews and she will be responding to them later tonight.”
Kayl: “A big night for a lot
of different reasons to say the least as Retribution was a huge show and we
will be letting you know what happen on that night throughout Breakdown here
tonight.”
WHEN DID YOU LAST MAKE A
CHOICE THAT HAD A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON YOUR LIFE?
The words flash up on the screen as the arena lights cut out completely,
plunging the room into complete darkness. The sounds of a thunder storm echo
around the arena as the crowd view the large screens either side of the
entrance way.
WHAT IF THAT CHOICE ISOLATED YOU FROM EVERYONE THAT YOU HELD DEAR, WOULD YOU
BUCKLE UNDER THE PRESSURE?
The room is electric as the sound of thunder continues to roll through the
arena, whipping the crowd into a wild frenzy.
WOULD YOU DO THE RIGHT THING OR WOULD YOU TOW THE LINE LIKE THE REST OF THE
CROWD?
As the thunder storm rolls to a crescendo the entire stage lights up with
brilliant bright light in time with the final crack of lightning. The opening
riff from a remixed version of “All I Want” by A Day To Remember hits the pa
system as the crowd realise that David Helms is now stood on the stage; only
his silhouette viewable as a result of the blinding white light shining from
behind him. As the intro draws to a close, Helms throws his arms into the air,
his hands held together in the Self High Five.
“ALL I WANT IS A PLACE TO CALL MY OWN
TO MEND THE HEARTS OF EVERYONE WHO FEELS ALONE
WOAH; YOU KNOW TO KEEP YOUR HOPES UP HIGH
BUT YOU HEAD DOWN LOW!”
The intro gives way to the chorus of the song, the lyrics of which flash up on
the screen, as Helms jumps in the air, breaking his hands apart. As he lands,
fireworks erupt on either side of the stage before the arena’s lights come back
on. Kathryn Helms, who was stood directly behind her husband, holds her hands
in the Self High Five before slowly breaking them apart her self and smiling.
Sharper: “And we’re going to open up tonight joined by the World Champion,
David Helms. He managed to get past Christy Matthews who threw everything at
him, but couldn’t get it done.”
Kayl: “Yeah. She even had
Christopher Richter get involved far more than we’ve ever seen. She wanted to
win at all costs, but Helms managed to pull through.”
Helms, his SCW World Title fastened around his waist, begins to walk down the
ramp; hiving fiving with fans as he makes his way to the ring. As he gets to
the apron, Helms slides under the rope and runs over to the nearest ring post
where he jumps up onto the second turnbuckle and throws his arms out wide on
either side. As Kathryn climbs up onto the ring apron, the crowd are going
completely nuts for Helms, the self professed Last Shadow of Hope, who drops
down from the ring post and runs across to the opposite side, once again
climbing to the second turnbuckle. Hitting the self high five one last time,
Helms jumps into the air and lands in the middle of the ring before Kathryn
enters the ring. David Helms then walks over to Jason Phillips and takes the
microphone before turning and walking back to the middle of the ring. He then
straightens the World Championship over his shoulder and looks out as the crowd
cheers for him.
Helms: “So it seems that after
everything that Infamous was looking to do, I still have managed to hold on and
reign supreme as the World Champion.”
Helms pauses as the crowd cheers.
Helms: “The title that
Infamous said they wouldn’t be driven to insane levels for, Christy Matthews
who always wanted to deserve her shots made it clear she would do ANYTHING for
this belt and yet, even so, her underhanded tactics were unable to get it done.
She wasn’t able to leave Retribution as the World Champion. Yeah, she brought
it and gave me a hell of a fight...but I handed it right back to her and sent
her back to the drawing board.”
Helms pauses, looking less
happy and more concerned.
Helms: “Now, I’m not going to
talk anymore about that....it’s the past. I was a success, but Infamous should
know, if they want another go, they just have to find me and I’ll be happy to
give them round two. But that this title won’t be going anywhere if I have
anything to say about it. I’m proud to be champion and I’m proud to face any
and all who wish to take me on!”
The crowd cheers. Helms goes
to continue before the opening guitar riffs are heard leading into "I Will
Not Bow" by Breaking Benjamin. The crowd starts to cheer as the opening
line is heard.
"I will not bow
I will not break
I will shove the world away
I will not fall
I will not faint
I will take your breath away"
Greg Cherry walks down the aisle and looks out into the audience and stares at
David Helms with the SCW United States Championship over his shoulder. Greg
Cherry starts to walk down to the ring as Helms turns and looks at him. The
crowd cheers as Greg starts to head towards him.
Sharper: “And Greg Cherry is
coming out now. I think Helms just may have given Greg Cherry a reason to talk
to him.”
Dawson: “He’s the top
contender. He defeated Shilo Valiant. Greg Cherry is on top of the world and we
all know what he’s really going for. He wants to win the World Championship so
he can reunite with his wife, due to an ill-thought out agreement.”
Kayl: “I’m sorry, but I don’t
see how the hell Greg was so stupid to agree to that, but it’s motivated him.
Who knows?”
Greg walks down to the ring
before walking over to the steel steps. He briefly looks around the ring before
stepping through the ropes and entering into the ring. He then walks over to
Kathryn and Helms and Helms just says something to him before Greg Cherry walks
over and is handed a microphone. He then turns back towards Helms as the crowd
cheers a bit and the music fades out.
Cherry: “Did I hear you say
that if say someone wanted a shot to just come ask you?”
Helms just smirks.
Cherry: “Now, I’m not going to
be like Lucas or even Starr and come out here and demand the shot. I know
that’s my reputation. And I know what people are going to think. But the fact
remains, you know what’s on the line for me and there’s no harm trying to see
what you’d say. I’ve worked my way up the rankings. I’ve dropped Shawn Winters.
I managed to defeat Shilo Valiant in a hell of a match at Retribution for this
United States Championship. Now, I’m out here to ask you, man to man, champion
to champion....can I get a shot at the World Championship and right my
stupidity from five months ago?”
The crowd cheers and Greg just
looks at Helms. Helms just looks at Greg and the two trade some words without
the microphone amplifying them so no one can hear. Helms then
goes to bring his microphone up.
“NECRO!”
The crowd roars as Greg turns and glances back
as Kathryn and David both turn to the entrance way and we see Shilo Valiant
walk out from the back as “For Your Entertainment” blares throughout the arena.
Kayl: “I think someone has
something to say first!”
Dawson: “Well he can’t deny
that Greg should get a shot before him. Greg did beat him in a rankings match
at Retribution!”
The crowd continues to cheer
as Shilo Valiant just smirks at Greg and walks down to the ring. He then runs
over and hops onto the apron. He then looks at Greg before entering into the
ring. He then walks past Greg and Helms before climbing up onto the middle
turnbuckle and looking out at the crowd. He then jumps down before reaching
through the ropes and being handed a microphone of his own. He then turns
around and looks at Greg and David. The music starts to fade out as the crowd
continues to cheer.
Shilo: “Now....whoa, Greg.
Just let’s hold up here. I mean, we all know that you’ve got like a nose like a
bloodhound for the damn World Championship, but I need to discuss something
with you first. Helms....well, you know what....I wish I could be taking Greg’s
spot out here tonight to make my claim at a shot at you, but I suppose we may
have to hold off on that since Greg here guarantees his shot first, BUT....that
doesn’t mean I can’t ask Greggo here for something.”
The crowd roars as Greg turns
to him.
Shilo: “Now, Greg, you have
some extra responsibility since you have that on your shoulder...”
Shilo points at the United
States Championship, tapping its faceplate.
Shilo: “And while you may have
ended the Tour de Necro at Retribution, it’s looking to start up again and I’m
out here because as you just said, we had a hell of a match and at Retribution,
you managed to outduel me....and you’re now champion.
Your spot in the history books is all good and safe. But see, I care about that
title. I care about the United States Championship as it was what helped put me
on the map and it brought entertainment to each and every here!”
The crowd roars.
Shilo: “So Greg...before you take your World Championship shot....I want my rematch at
the United States Championship!”
The crowd cheers further and
Greg Cherry looks down and looks at the SCW United States Championship and
David Helms just smirks as he watches both. The crowd continues to cheer as
Shilo just looks out at the crowd and points to them, even sticking out the
microphone towards them. The camera picks up Shilo Valiant’s face and clearly
shows what he says despite it not being in the microphone.
Shilo: “Here that....it’s what
they want.”
The crowd cheers before
“Rescue Me” starts to play throughout the arena and the crowd continues to
focus on the ring before we see Sasha Drachewych walk out from the back as
Helms focuses on her as Greg Cherry and Shilo Valiant continues to focus on
each other. Sasha looks down at the ring as the Breakdown theme plays for a few
moments longer before fading out and Sasha holds a microphone up to her face.
Sasha: “Boys! Shilo! Greg! And of course, Mr. and Mrs. Helms. You should listen as
well. I’ve been in the back and I’ve heard all of the talk and to throw it all
out on the line. David, you never had a chance to respond, but I hope you don’t
mind me interjecting myself here.”
David just motions that he’s
fine as he waves his hand as Kathryn playfully hits him on the shoulder.
Sasha: “See, Greg, you are the
number one contender on the World Championship rankings, but two matters I
think need to be also mentioned. I think Shilo Valiant’s defense of the World
Championship was particularly, and no pun intended, valiant and he was, albeit
for a short time, also listed as the number one contender to the World
Championship as well. See, Shilo, Greg, you are right that you are the next
rightful challenger and Shilo can’t get his shot before him....but we have a
bit of an interesting situation in about one month’s time when SCW, for the
first time ever, holds two pay per view events on back to back nights on April
16th and 17th with Riding the Lightning. And David, if
you’re a fighting champion, I’m sure you won’t mind. Because I’m going to
officially announce right now that on Night One, we will see Greg Cherry
challenge David Helms for the World Championship!”
The crowd cheers as Greg
Cherry just smiles and looks quite relieved.
Sasha: “But that’s not all.
Because regardless of who the champion is Shilo
Valiant...you will challenge them for the World Championship on Night Two!”
The crowd cheers as Shilo just
beams with his own happiness.
Sasha: “And if Greg Cherry
happens to dethrone David Helms on Night One, then
both the World and United States Championships will be on the line!”
The crowd roars as Sasha
Drachewych just smiles.
Sasha: “Good luck gentlemen.”
The crowd continues to cheer
as Shilo Valiant and Greg Cherry look at each other before both then turn to
David Helms and look at the World Championship.
Sharper: “Oh my God! What an announcement. On back to back nights, the World
Championship will be on the line. Greg Cherry gets the shot on Night One. Shilo Valiant on Night Two. And if Greg Cherry wins the
World Title on Night One, Greg Cherry has to defend both the World Championship
and United States Championship on Night Two!”
Kayl: “Huge opportunity. Huge
stakes! Wow! Talk about giving the fans what they want.”
Dawson: “And what Greg Cherry
wants. And what Shilo Valiant wants! We’re going to hopefully resolve all of
that at Riding the Lightning!”
The crowd continues to cheer
as “Rescue Me” starts to play in the background and Sasha Drachewych returns to
the back. The cameras focus on the scene in the ring for a moment longer before
a still for Breakdown comes up on the screen and then shows Midnight Boulevard
vs. Dark Fantasy.
Sharper: “Well plenty more to
come here tonight. We will see Shilo Valiant in action tonight as he teams with
Marina Trent to face Dark Fantasy in tag team action.”
Dawson: “Karnivale versus Dark
Fantasy is rekindled tonight.”
The still then changes to show
Jason Zero standing over Thorn and CHBK in a still from Retribution.
Sharper: “And we expect to
hear not only from Thorn and CHBK, but Jason Zero. Why did he attack both Thorn
and CHBK? We hope to find out later tonight. So much happening here at
Breakdown, don’t go anywhere!”
The scene then fades to black.
COMMERCIAL:
Lucas Knight vs. Rachel Foxx
The lights in the arena go
completely dark as the eerie intro of "Lifelike" by Karnivool begins
playing over the loud speakers. As the strings continue a single electric
guitar strum echos through the arena, lightning strikes on the jumbo-tron
illuminate a female silhouette. The silhouette fades, and the words "THE SUICIDE
QUEEN" appear in jagged letters, and then fade. More lightning strikes
illuminate a picture of Rachel's eyes, and then fade into the words
"RACHEL FOXX". As the intro reaches its climax, we hear a sadistic
female laugh. The intro ends and loud guitars begin blaring over the speakers
as blue pyros shoot up in front of the entrance. After a few moments, Rachel
Foxx walks out the wall of blue sparks arm in arm with Alex Jr. as she carries
her trademark sledgehammer in the other hand. Rachel is wearing a black Affliction
shirt that has been cut into a half-shirt and hangs off one shoulder, a black
skirt with a white studded belt, black fishnet stockings and knee high leather
boots. The sparks fade and the house lights return, casting an eerie blue glow
over the entire arena. Rachel takes a deep breath, plasters an evil grin on her
lips, and kisses Alex before the pair begins sauntering down the ramp. The
crowd boos and throws things at the couple, but they ignore them as they slowly
swagger down the ramp. As they reach the ring, Alex hurries up the steps and hold the ropes open as Rachel slowly makes her way into the
ring. Rachel climbs the turn buckle and raises her arms in the air as a wall of
fire shoots up behind her. Evil burns in her eyes as she tilts her head back
and releases a sadistic laugh. After a few moments, the flames die down, and
Rachel hops off the turnbuckle and kisses Alex again before he hops out of the
ring.
Sharper: “At Retribution,
things did not go as planned for Rachel Foxx and Alex Desoubrais Jr. However,
tonight, Rachel Foxx has a chance to make a statement by taking on Lucas
Knight.”
Dawson: “As Lucas Knight is
forced to continue to prove himself. Lucas Knight has looked as violent and as
sharp as we’ve seen him in the past recently, but he’s going to need to
continue that in order to get the opportunity he wants. He wants a shot back at
greatness and not, as he puts it, just being the lapdog of CHBK.”
Kayl: “Easy. Kick the hell out
of CHBK and then he’s just Lucas Knight. No longer a lapdog...though, there is
Ravyn. I figure he could just let a stiff wind take care of her.”
Out go the lights with a flick
of the switch sending the arena into complete darkness, soon after a sole
crimson spotlight hit’s the stage entrance as an infamous quote from Al Pacino
hit’s the P.A System along with the opening rift to “Redefine” by SOiL while
the silhouette's of two men can be seen walking onto the stage area.
“YOU THINK YOUR BIG TIME?”
“YOU’RE GONNA DIE BIG TIME!”
“YOU READY? HERE COMES THE PAIN!”
With a boom pyrotechnics’ explodes and with it “Redefine” by SOiL kicks into
full gear as the lights now come back on and standing on stage once the smoke
settles is Lucas Knight decked out in his wrestling attire and a focused look
in his eyes, standing alongside him is his friend, mentor and fellow Order of
Chaos founder and Infamous advisor Pete Ebdon.
The crowd erupts with a tirade of boo’s as Lucas just confidently begins to
walk towards the ring without even a care in the world as Ebdon follows with a
smirk on his face. Lucas stops mid drift to talk trash to random fans who
obviously say something which caught his attention but he laughs afterwards and
continues on with encouragement by Ebdon. Once he reaches the bottom of the
ramp Lucas leaps up onto the apron and climbs into the ring via the middle
ropes and extends his arms as the crowd’s ire towards him grows louder and
louder, Ebdon however begins to walk around the ring receiving various taunts
from the crowd which he ignores. In the ring Lucas then begins to remove his
jacket and hang's it over the steel ring post in his corner before turning
around and Rachel Foxx nails him with a dropkick, knocking him back hard and
then back down. The crowd roars and Rachel then turns and starts to hammer away
at the back of Lucas’ head.
Sharper: “And Rachel Foxx
wasting little time here tonight as she has come right at Lucas Knight.”
Dawson: “Dropkick caused him
to go hard into the corner and now, Rachel is just going right after him.”
Rachel continues to hammer
away as Lucas gets to the ropes. Pete Ebdon demands for Rachel to be forced off
of Lucas. The referee starts to call for the break before starting to count.

Rachel however keeps hammering
away. She then gets up and starts to stomp away at the head of Lucas Knight.
Knight tries to cover and Ebdon then grabs at him only for Alex Desoubrais Jr.
to run over and nail Ebdon with a running clothesline, knocking him down. He
rolls over and Alex Jr. stomps him in the head as the referee starts to pull
Rachel off of Lucas and Rachel turns and nails the referee with a forearm. She
then turns around and Lucas starts to get up and Rachel kicks him in the ribs.
Lucas falls to his knees and Rachel just smirks before nailing him with a hard
forearm. The bell sounds as the crowd boos.
Kayl: “And Rachel has just
gotten herself disqualified.”
Sharper: “Obviously there is
something deeper, a deeper motivation, but Rachel Foxx isn’t holding up at all
and Alex Desoubrais Jr. is now getting a chair.”
Kayl: “I guarantee that’s not
for him to sit in.”
Rachel Foxx then turns as she
grabs Lucas, but Lucas pushes Rachel away before dropping down and rolling to
the floor. Alex Desoubrais Jr. looks over at him and he just holds his hands
up, starting to back away from the ring. The crowd boos as Rachel Foxx just
glares at Lucas. Alex Desoubrais Jr. starts to follow him a bit before we then
see Sasha appear on the big screen.
Kayl: “Whoa...wait a minute.”
Sasha: “Hold it. Hold it!”
The crowd buzzes a bit and Lucas
looks up at the big screen, as does Rachel Foxx.
Sasha: “Now, Lucas, I know
that you’d take that win and run. Of course you would. But I distinctly
remember you whining about being CHBK’s lapdog. Now, granted, you have no one
to blame but yourself there, but I’m for giving you opportunities. We all know
you want to get back to a point where you could challenge for the SCW World
Championship. We all know that you’ve been claiming that was a lapse of
consciousness. Well, I don’t want to see you running anymore. I’m ordering this
match to restart and to make sure you actually have to win, I’m going to make this underground rules!”
The crowd roars as Lucas
Knight just looks a bit shocked before smirking a bit only for Alex Desoubrais
Jr. to nail him in the ribs with his chair as Sasha disappears from the screen.
The crowd cheers and Alex Jr. then turns and slides the chair into the ring
before rolling Knight in. Rachel turns, smiling and as Lucas
starts to get up. Rachel stomps him in the head.
Kayl: “Underground rules.
Well, something tells me he shouldn’t be happy when someone pissed off is
standing behind him with a chair!”
Dawson: “And Lucas Knight back
into the ring with Rachel Foxx waiting for him!”
Rachel grabs the chair and
lifts it up before bringing it up and driving it down into the back of Lucas
Knight. Knight rolls over, arching his back in pain. Rachel just smirks. Ebdon
starts to get up as Alex Desoubrais Jr. pulls himself up onto the apron and
Rachel unfolds the chair and places it in down in the middle of the ring. She
then grabs Lucas and turns and whips him into the ropes. Lucas bounces off the
ropes and Rachel catches him on the rebound and drives him down with a
facebuster into the seat of the chair. The crowd cheers and Rachel turns to
Alex Desoubrais Jr. who springboards to the top rope. He steadies himself, but
Ebdon hops on and pushes Alex Jr. off the top rope and into the barricade. He
bounces off and falls back. Ebdon then drops down as Rachel just glares at him.
She then walks over to the ropes and reaches through only for
Ebdon to nail her with a hard right. She stumbles back and Knight starts
to slowly stir before he manages to hoist Rachel up and drop her ribs first
into the seat of the chair. The crowd ohs and Rachel rolls over.
Dawson: “Ebdon involved and
down goes Rachel thanks to Lucas Knight launching her into the chair.”
Sharper: “Alex Jr. down too as he flew off the top rope and into the barricade.
He’s worse for wear.”
Rachel starts to get up and
Lucas Knight grabs her and lifts her up before spiking her with a DDT. He then rolls over and goes for the pin.

Rachel kicks out. She turns
and starts to get up. Lucas grabs her and drags her up a bit before kneeing her
in the ribs. Rachel winces. Ebdon then reaches under the ring and grabs another
chair and slides it into the ring. Lucas then turns and throws Rachel into the
corner, face first. Lucas then turns and walks over to the chair Ebdon brought
in before lifting it up and turning and throwing it at the face of Rachel Foxx.
Foxx drops down to her knee before the chair falls to the mat. Lucas then grabs
her and clubs her in the back. He follows up and grabs the chair, unfolding it
and placing it down next to the other chair, the seats facing each other before
he grabs Rachel. He then hoists her up and hooks her arm.
Sharper: “Oh no. This is going
to be bad for the Suicide Queen. Lucas Knight has her hooked right in front of
those opened chairs.”
Kayl: “Just think about going
back first into them. Just dropped hard. That’ll wreck
someone.”
Lucas then goes to lift her
up, but Rachel turns and lands behind Lucas and pushes him forward. She then
moves out of the way as Lucas bounces off the ropes, chest first and Rachel
then jumps up and dropkicks him in the jaw, causing him to fall back and land
hard on the seats of the chair before falling right back and over the chairs to
the mat. The crowd ohs. Rachel then looks over before
turning into the ropes. She bounces off them and jumps onto the seats of the
chairs before jumping up and hitting a shooting star press onto Lucas Knight.
The crowd ohs and Rachel turns and goes for the pin.

Lucas shoots his arm up and
the crowd ohs. Ebdon then grabs a kendo stick as he then enters into the ring
and Rachel gets up and Ebdon turns and nails her in the head. She drops down as
the crowd ohs and Ebdon just smirks before dropping the kendo stick.
Dawson: “Ebdon with the kendo
stick to the head. Rachel Foxx dropped from it.”
Sharper: “Ebdon is not just a
face for Infamous. He’s been in the ring and has had a hell of a career outside
of SCW. He knows what to do. And right there, he may have just dimmed Rachel’s
lights for good.”
Kayl: “Here comes Alju!”
Lucas starts to stir as Alex
Desoubrais Jr. gets up and runs at Ebdon and nails him down from the side.
Ebdon drops down and Alex Desoubrais Jr. nails him with a couple of shots
before Ebdon rolls over to the ropes. He starts to get up and Alex Jr. pushes
him through the ropes before the two fall to the
floor. Lucas then grabs Rachel Foxx and lifts her up before dropping her with
an STO. He follows up with a pin.
1!
2!
Rachel gets her shoulder up.
The crowd cheers. Rachel then rolls over and Lucas grabs her. He lifts her up
by the hair before locking her in an inverted headlock, but Rachel turns around
and lifts Lucas up and throws him back with a back suplex. She then rolls over
and goes for the kendo stick as Ebdon and Alex Jr. get up and Alex Jr.
clotheslines Ebdon down.
Sharper: “Ebdon down on the
floor. Rachel coming back by telegraphing the Hail
Britannia!”
Dawson: “They may get the
revenge they want from Retribution! They may get one over on Infamous...on
Lucas Knight!”
Alex Desoubrais Jr. then grabs
Ebdon as Rachel lifts the stick up goes to place it around the throat of Lucas.
Lucas looks up and tries to reach around as the crowd boos and we then see a
figure slide into the ring. The figure, a complete unknown, suddenly grabs
Rachel and flips over her head and drives her face first into the seats of the
chairs. The crowd ohs and Rachel rolls over. Alex Desoubrais Jr. looks up and
slides into the ring only for Ebdon to grab him by the leg and pull him up
before nailing him with a hard clothesline. The crowd ohs and Lucas then grabs
Rachel and spins her out in the UKOD. He goes for the pin.

The crowd boos and Lucas rolls
over before falling to the apron. He then rolls to the floor as the unknown
individual and Ebdon walk over to him. They rejoin him and Lucas turns and
smiles as he embraces the unknown. Ebdon then raises Lucas’s head as Rachel
starts to stir. Alex Jr. looks up enraged.
Sharper: “Who the hell was that?”
Dawson: “Either way, Infamous
just used that man to get a win over Rachel Foxx!”
Kayl: “And trust me, Foxx and
Alju are plenty pissed now. And that other guy, he’s got a target on his ass!”
The three starts to back
towards the stage as the crowd continues to boo. Rachel stirs and starts to
pull herself up as Lucas, Ebdon and the other man walk to the back and
Breakdown heads to commercial.
COMMERCIAL:
Breakdown returns and we see
Lucas Knight walking with the man and Ebdon as Ravyn Taylor stands in the
hallway.
Lucas: “Oh Ravyn...coming out
to watch how someone gets the work done.”
Ravyn: “Yeah...yeah....So is
this your student here. Your little protégé.”
Lucas: “Oh yeah and he’s
passing with flying colours right now. Ryan Watson, meet the girl who’s
snubbing the old man-“
Watson: “Damn! I know who she
is. And she’s boffing Syren too. I’d like to get to know you better.”
Ravyn: “Good luck on that.”
Watson just winks. Lucas
shakes his head and walks towards Ravyn.
Lucas: “Either way, Ravyn, you
should be nice to me. I mean, I did prove I was the winner of our team at
Retribution and if you doubted it, I just beat Junior and psychobitch again out
there.”
Ravyn: “Oh yes, whatever would
I do without you?”
Lucas: “Come on. You can say
it. The kid here won’t remind you all the time.”
Ravyn: “Whatever Lucas.”
Ravyn turns and walks off as
Lucas just smirks as Ebdon and Watson continue towards the Infamous locker room.
Sharper: “Ryan Watson? Apparently the protégé of Lucas Knight.”
Kayl: “Great. More assholes in Infamous. Seriously, what
the hell?”
Joachim Fiore vs. Anthony Wallace
The words 'Joachim Fiore'
flash across the big screen as Scream Aim Fire by
Bullet for my Valentine plays its opening chords. The camera goes to the locker
just as Joachim Fiore walks out. He shoots out to the camera and sticks his
wrists out, showing his handcuffs to the world. One of the police from the
arena comes into view. With a key, he unlocks the cuffs. Fiore marches to the
stage entrance, and the camera changes to the ramp.
Fiore comes out to a mixture of jeers and cheers. He takes off hid top and gets
into the ring. He crawls over to the turnbuckle, where he turns and sits
against it, lighting a cigarette as the music dies down.
Dawson: Joachim Fiore beat Aiden Maddox, Corey Douglas and Sebastian Shane on
the March Second edition of Breakdown in a somewhat controversial finish to
pick up his first win in SCW.
Sharper: The referee had his back turned on Maddox when he went for the pin on
Corey Douglas so he only saw Fiore attempt to pin Sebastian Shane.
Dawson: And I think it’s safe to say that Fiore will want to carry that
momentum forward tonight against Anthony Wallace.
As if by magic, the lights cut out as “The Devils Own” by Five Finger Death
Punch blasts over the arena sound system. A white strobe light flickers at the
edge of the stage as a close up of Anthony Wallace’s screaming face is shown on
the big screen in time with the scream of the songs opening line.
Smoke begins to roll along the stage area as Wallace slowly makes his way from
backstage to the top of the ramp, his head hung low towards the ground.
Kayl: Wallace himself is coming off the back of a big loss against Shaun Cruze
at Retribution, no doubt he’ll want to right a few wrongs tonight as he tries
to recover the form he had early in his SCW career.
As the singer finally kicks in, Wallace throws his arms out wide and his head
upwards, screaming to the world at large before looking down at the ring.
Closing his eyes to compose himself, he begins to walk down to the ring,
ignoring the outstretched hands of the fans who want to touch someone famous.
Getting to ringside, Wallace slides under the bottom rope and quickly pulls
himself up before pacing the ring to a chorus of boo's from the crowd. After a
few laps of the canvas, Wallace steps into a corner and leans back on the ropes
waiting for the start of the match. Fiore takes one final drag on his cigarette
before flicking it out of the ring onto the concrete at the bottom of the ramp
as the referee calls for the bell.
Sharper: And the referee calls for the bell to get this match underway here in
Salt Lake City!
In the ring, Wallace and Fiore have begun to circle each other, waiting for an
opportunity to strike, both men tentatively lunging at one another when they
think they’ve spotted an opening. Eventually, they realise they’ve reached a
stalemate and the pair lock up in a test of strength.
Kayl: It’s tough to tell who really has the upper hand in this match as Anthony
Wallace is an inch taller but Fiore is ten pounds heavier; this could very well
come down to strength versus speed…
Sharper: Wallace has an experience edge but Fiore can certainly handle himself,
a product of apparently spending time in prison throughout his life.
On cue, Fiore takes the upper hand and lands a big uppercut that sends Wallace
staggering back towards the corner, where Fiore follows him. He starts raining
down punches to the head and body, Wallace doing his best to try and cover up
as the referee orders Fiore out of the corner.
Dawson: Joachim Fiore is viciously taking this to Anthony Wallace; he’s
throwing lefts and rights like it’s a prize fight in Las Vegas!
Fiore, listening to the referee, backs off a few feet only to turn and go for a
discuss clothesline on Wallace in the corner but the Rejected leader ducks out
of the way and rolls to the outside, leaving Fiore to slam into the ring post
chest first. The crowd rain boos down on the ring as Wallace grabs both of
Fiore’s legs and pulls them out from under him, causing him to slam back first
onto the canvas. The referee warns Wallace to get back in the ring but he
ignores the official, grabbing Fiore’s feet and pulling him crotch first into
the ring post.
Kayl: Ouch! That has got to hurt!
As Fiore covers his groin while wincing in pain, the referee warns Wallace
again before beginning a ten count as Wallace grabs hold of Fiore’s left leg
(1). Wallace laughs at the referee as he counts before stretching out Joachim’s
leg(2). He points at the ring post before slamming
Fiore’s knee hard into the steel post, a collective ‘ooh’ echoing from all
corners of the crowd(3). The referee continues to lecture Wallace as he walks
past the booing fans before finally sliding under the bottom rope and into the
ring.
Dawson: This is beyond acceptable; the referee should have disqualified Wallace
straight away!
Sharper: Technically, he hasn’t broken any rules so it’s out of the refs hands…
In the ring, Fiore is gripping his knee in pain as the referee checks on him.
Wallace, who was stood in the opposite corner, walks over to Fiore and grabs
hold of his injured leg and drags him into the middle of the ring before
stomping on the injured knee. Fiore doubles up, grabbing at the knee but
Wallace kicks him back down before grabbing the left leg and lifting it up
before dropping an elbow onto the knee, grabbing the leg afterwards and
pulling. Fiore shakes his head violently as the referee checks for signs of him
submitting but there’s nothing. Fiore slams his fists against the canvas as
Wallace applies a little more pressure on the leg but before he can do any more
damage, Fiore starts kicking out with his free leg and connects clean with the
side of Wallace’s head, breaking the hold.
Kayl: Fiore mounting a comeback here!
Fiore gets back to his feet, using the ropes to support his weight as Wallace
slowly climbs back to his feet in the corner, trying to shake off the cobwebs.
As Wallace turns round, Fiore pushes off the ropes and takes Wallace down with
a clothesline but his leg buckles underneath his weight and he falls too but he
immediately hooks the leg, going for the pin.
One.
Tw-
Wallace kicks out quickly and rolls out of the ring before Fiore can get back
to his feet, pacing in front of the fans who are shouting insults in his
direction. Fiore leans into the turnbuckles, bending his knee trying to bring
the feeling back as Wallace slides back into the ring. Wallace charges at Fiore
but he grabs hold of the top rope and drops, sending Wallace crashing into the
ring posts. Fiore pulls himself up as Wallace stumbles away from the corner and
before Wallace can react, Fiore grabs him by the hair and nails a reverse DDT.
Fiore goes for the pin again but Wallace kicks out before the referee can begin
counting. Fiore climbs back to his feet, favouring his good leg, before lifting
Wallace up and throwing a couple of blows to the stomach before hitting a hip toss
that puts Wallace flat on his back.
Sharper: Wallace really struggling to catch his breath after that huge hip toss
knocked the wind clean out of him!
Spluttering, Wallace begins to climb onto his hands as knees as Fiore starts to
lower his knee pad. As Wallace starts to get up, Fiore charges at him and goes
for a running knee to the skull but Wallace sees it coming and drops flat onto
the canvas, causing Fiore to leap over his body and crash into the ropes on the
opposite side of the ring. Wallace jumps to his feet as Fiore comes back off
the ropes, catching Fiore and hitting a huge scoop powerslam, hooking the leg
before going for the pin.
One.
Two.
Thr-
Kayl: Anthony Wallace nearly had this win after turning the tide on Joachim
Fiore!
Dawson: Fiore went for the Knee De Magnum but Wallace was ready for it…
Wallace gets to his feet and slips out of the ring, grabbing a chair from near
the announcers table and folding it up. The referee slips out of the ring and
gets in Wallace’s face, trying to get him to put down the chair but he only
laughs at him in disgust.
Sharper: Looks like someone’s had enough and wants to end this early; Wallace
knows that this match is over as soon as he uses that chair…
Wallace pushes the referee out of the way and slides back into the ring, where
Fiore has slowly made his way over to the ropes and has started getting to his
feet. Wallace kicks the injured leg of Fiore, taking his feet out from under
him, causing him to crash to the canvas. The referee slides back into the ring
and goes to grab the chair from Wallace but he pulls it away and threatens to
hit the official, who backs off holding his hands up. Wallace places the chair
under Fiore’s injured leg before grabbing hold of the top rope and using it to
push off of, attempting to drop a knee onto the injured leg of Fiore.
Unfortunately for Wallace, Joachim is too quick and he rolls off, sending
Wallace’s knees smashing into the folded up chair.
Kayl: Images of Retribution are coming back to me right now; Wallace tried to
use the steel steps to aid him against Shaun Cruze and that didn’t work out all
that well for the leader of The Rejected…
Dawson: He tried using that chair to shatter Fiore’s knee cap but he may have
inadvertently shattered his own instead!
In the ring, the referee manages to kick the chair to the outside but Wallace
is still down holding onto his knee. Fiore spots his moment and grabs hold of
Wallace and lifts him up off the canvas. He Kicks him in the stomach, doubling
him over before using his fingers as pistols, firing a couple of shots at
Wallace. Fiore grabs Wallace and lifts him up onto his shoulders, ready to hit
the Fleur-de-li, but Wallace begins to struggle free, dropping down behind
Fiore and kicking him hard in the back of the leg, dropping him to one knee.
Sneering at Fiore, Wallace grabs his head and sets him up for a DDT before kicking Fiore’s legs out from underneath him,
nailing the Ward-10. Wallace rolls Fiore over and hooks the leg as the referee
drops down to count the pin.
One…
Two…
THREE!!!
The crowd boos as Wallace rolls off of Fiore, an evil grin spread across his
face. He pushes his hair out of his eyes as ‘The Devils Own’ by Five Finger
Death Punch hits the PA system. Wallace eventually starts to climb to his feet,
leaving Fiore down on the canvas breathing heavily.
Sharper: That Ward-10 DDT has won Wallace several matches in the last year and
he’s got another one tonight…
Dawson: And he gives Joachim Fiore his first loss in Supreme Championship Wrestling too.
Kayl: He said this week that he wanted to send a message to SCW and I’d say
that this match will certainly have their attention.
The scene opens backstage and
we see several officials in what looks to be the catering area of the arena.
Loud yelling is heard. We see a cameraman run up before we see a large man,
seeming having falling clean through one of the tables holding bottles of water
and ice and cold drinks. The large man tries to roll over to get out. The
cameraman manages to get closer before we then see someone from SCW’s past,
F.A.T., Frank Allen Thompson, in the table, struggling to get up and the officials
trying to figure out how to get him up.
F.A.T.: “Oh damn. I’m so sorry
guys. This....this isn’t going to be good. I think I’ve turtled. Jesus....He
won’t be pleased. The tables haven’t been reinforced yet. Good spread though.”
F.A.T. rolls over and manages
to get to his knee. He rolls onto his hands and knees and starts to get up
before pushing down on another table, causing the leg to collapse.
F.A.T.: “Yeah, table strength,
hasn’t improved. Oh well.....Someone....get me a television and place it next
to my head. Please move that tray closer. I promise not to destroy anymore
equipment. I’ve been sent to do research. Research for his
return. Trust me. He’s someone you don’t want unhappy! Come on! Someone!
Someone?”
The officials, obviously
getting annoyed just shake their heads and start to walk off, leaving F.A.T.
without a television or the tray just feet away from him.
F.A.T.: “Oh...this is hell....”
F.A.T. falls back, laying on the ground as the scene slowly fades to black.

The scene opens up backstage
and we see Shilo Valiant in the Karnivale locker room. Masquerade just looks up
at him and applauds a bit.
Masquerade: “So it looks like
you’re going to get what you want.”
Shilo: “A bit more than that.
I just wanted a second go.”
Masquerade: “Well you did lose
to Greg Cherry.”
Shilo: “Yeah, yeah. But I
guess I’m getting more. That World Championship shot. It’s going to be a fun
ride.”
Shilo just smiles.
Masquerade: “Well good. I’m
glad....”
Shilo: “You sure?”
Masquerade just smiles and
pats Shilo on the back.
Masquerade: “Oh yeah. Don’t
worry. Because I’m going to work on getting what I want too.”
Masquerade smiles and Shilo
just looks at him.
Shilo: “Things I guess are
looking up. Good luck then.”
Masquerade: “Same to you.”
Masquerade just smiles as
Shilo walks past him. The camera focuses on Masquerade for a moment before we
cut to ringside.
Madison Steward vs. Disco Ninja
“Can't Be Tamed” blasts
through the arena, one single blue spot light flies around the audience,
lighting up random fans, as the music gets louder. When the spot finally
settles on the middle of the stage, Madison Steward sprints onto the out to the
awaiting crowd. Madison throws her arms in the air getting a small pop from the
crowd. She hops back and forth on the balls of her toes, showing the energy she
possesses. She also flashes the multitude her award winning smile as she
exhibits her excitement and it shows as she waves wildly to the crowd. The spot
light stays trained on Madison as she start her walk
down the ramp. Madison dressed in her ring gear with her own version of the
Team Desire sleeveless jacket. As she reaches ringside, Madison runs at the
ring apron and jumps on it and climbs the corner and throws her arms into the
air trying getting the crowd to go nuts with cheers. Maddy climbs down off the
ropes and enters the ring where she heads to her corner to get ready for the
match to begin.
Dawson: The high spirited Madison Steward looking better than ever in the ring.
Sharper: You mean Madison Evans. She’s really made a transformation thanks to
Francis Evans.
A large Disco Ball descends above the ring. Filling the arena with spinning
lights while the arena lights grow dim and The Bee Gees' "Night
Fever" hits the audio system of the arena. Suddenly a puff of smoke
explodes at the top of the ramp leading down to the ring. From this hazy view,
everyone can see a shadowed figure disco dancing while the smoke fades. When the smoke clears and the Disco Ninja is seen in the dim light
of his disco lights. He starts a series of handspring flips down to the
ring, stopping at the aporn before rolling over the top rope and does a quick
silent Bruce Lee like pose before throwing three shuriken shaped pryotechnics
into the air above the ring which they explode, raining brightly colorful
sparks over the ring as The Disco Ninja crosses arms over his chest and awaits
the start of the match.
Kayl: I don’t know about Disco Ninja. I am kind of disappointed I was hoping
he’ll be dressed more colorful.
Sharper: Nope, just a black and deadly ninja. This is going to be a very
interesting mixture of styles to say the least.
Maddy steps out of her corner and stares at her opponent, Disco Ninja. Maddy
begins to preach to him. Disco Ninja just stands in his corner staring straight
out in from of him showing great control of himself. Disco Ninja walks out of
his corner and he bows in front of Maddy and then gets into his fighting
stance. Maddy begins to shake her head looking to be insulted by Disco Ninja’s
willing to fight. Maddy gets into her own unique fighting stance Both of them keep an eye on the other waiting for one to make
the first move. Maddy takes a swing at Disco Ninja and he easily avoids it and
then opens up with a lightning fast combination of kicks and punches attacking
Maddy and driving her back into her corner. The referee gets in the middle of
the two so he can separate them. Disco Ninja walks backwards back to the center
of the ring and takes another bow to Maddy.
Kayl: Point goes to Disco Ninja.
Maddy stays in her corner and looks at Disco Ninja. The referee talks to her
and tells her she has to come out and continue the match.
Dawson: You think Maddy is starting to have second thoughts about this match?
Sharper: Unfortunely no, The book of Evans doesn’t
teach one to run away.
Maddy steps out of her corner and walks straight up to Disco Ninja and the two
lock up in the middle of the ring. Disco Ninja easily wins the battle and
throws Maddy to the mat. Maddy sits up and immediately grabs her ankle. The
referee gets down and checks to see if she is ok.
Dawson: Madison looks like she might have taken a bad fall.
The referee helps Maddy up off the mat and she starts to limp back to her
corner. The referee continues to check on Maddy, but she pushes him aside and
limps back to the center of the ring where Disco Ninja is. Maddy begins to
throw punches at Disco Ninja trying to hurt him, but they appear to not even
affect him. Maddy grabs Disco Ninja arm and throws him into the corner of the
ring. Disco Ninja grabs the ropes and lifts himself up and does a headstand on
the top turnbuckle. Maddy stops and stares.
Dawson: Disco Ninja showing off an impressive balancing act.
Kayl: Of course, he’s a ninja.
Maddy walks towards Disco Ninja and he suddenly lowers her legs down and Maddy
quickly backs off. Disco Ninja lifts his legs back up.
Dawson: Disco Ninja is playing around with Madison.
Maddy charages at Disco Ninja and he lowers his legs again and wraps them
around Maddy’s neck and Disco Ninja hits a hurricarana on Maddy. Maddy rolls
and hits the mat. Disco Ninja jumps to his feet and does a little disco before
he goes for the pin attempt.
1…
2…
Maddy kicks out pin fall pretty easily.
Dawson: A near fall for Disco Ninja.
Maddy rolls over on the mat and gets back to her feet. She charges at Disco
Ninja who is getting up. He catches Maddy’s arm and hits an arm drag and she
flies over Disco Ninja and hits the mat. Disco Ninja wraps his legs around her
arm for an armbar submission, but Maddy quickly shifts her body and gets her
legs wrapped on the bottom rope to break the hold.
Dawson: Disco Ninja seems to be a lot quicker than Maddy.
Kayl: I guess the answer Maddy was looking for was in the very back of the Book
of Evans.
Disco Ninja is back on his feet first while Maddy is a bit slower. Disco Ninja
starts to stalk her a bit while she gets to her feet. Disco Ninja closes in,
but Maddy tackles at Disco Ninja’s legs taking him down. Maddy quickly jumps
onto and blindly throwing punches at him.
Dawson: Madison finally getting Disco Ninja down on the mat.
Maddy starts to stand and she stomps down hard on Disco Ninja’s knees. Maddy
grabs Disco Ninjas legs and turns him over. She applies a boston
crab submission.
Dawson: A Boston Crab submission. Madison looking to make Disco Ninja tap.
Sharper: Madison making sure her opponents give up
what they believe in makes it a lot easier to sell the Evanists lifestyle.
Kayl: Evanists? Ugh, I almost want Madison to go back to wanting to be a
Steward.
Maddy continues to keep Disco Ninja locked in the Boston crab. He tries to make
his way to the ropes and the referee checks in to see it he submits. Maddy
tries to hold on and Disco Ninja lifts his body up off the mat. He begins to
power out of the Boston crab and breaks the submits
causing Maddy to flip forward onto the mat behind Disco Ninja. Disco Ninka
drops to his knees on top of Maddy for cover.
1…
2…
Maddy gets her legs up and hooks them under Disco Ninja pulling him forward and
rolls him up in a pin of her own.
1…
2…
Disco Ninja kicks out as the referee’s hand was coming down for the three.
Dawson: A couple of close pins by both stars.
Ninja and Maddy get up and
Maddy kicks Ninja in the ribs before whipping her into the ropes, but Ninja
spins through before spinning around Maddy and taking her up and over with a
german suplex before bridging up and rolling through, and bridging back.
1!
2!
3!
The crowd roars and Ninja
rolls over and exits the ring. Ninja looks around as Maddy rolls over, holding
her head in pain and glaring at Ninja. Ninja just turns and starts to make his
way to the back as Madison just shakes her head. She then gets up.
Sharper: “And Disco Ninja wins
their first singles match in SCW!”
Dawson: “Madison Steward
nearly had him, but just that fast, Ninja snapped her over. That quickness is
something that may take Ninja a long way in SCW!”
Disco Ninja just continues on
his way to the back as Francis Evans enters the ring and stands over Madison
Steward as we then go backstage.
Breakdown cuts backstage to
see Chad Evans with the SCW World Tag Team Championship over his shoulder. He
just smirks slightly as the large man that aided the Gospel at Retribution
stands behind him. Katelyn can be seen walking behind them, skipping behind him
with the World Tag Team Championship in her hands, almost dancing. The crowd
boos upon seeing them as “Rescue Me” plays in the background.
Sharper: “And there you see
the new World Tag Team Champions, Chad Evans and Katelyn Buehler, the Gospel.”
Kayl: “And that man that
helped them at Retribution is with them. He’s apparently going to be in action!
Next!”
The camera focuses on the trio
for a moment longer before we head to commercial.
COMMERCIAL:
Stacy Kissinger vs. Gunner Wayne
“For Whom the Bell Tolls”
plays throughout the arena and the crowd starts to boo as the lights dim and
spotlights focus on the entrance way. A few moments pass and we see Chad Evans
walk out from the back with Katelyn Buehler stepping in front of him, her
thrusting the SCW World Tag Team Championship into the air as Chad Evans just
holds it over his shoulder. He then starts to make his way to the ring as
Gunner Wayne steps out behind him. He then continues to walk down to the ring
as Chad Evans smirks. Katelyn Buehler skips down, obviously overjoyed before
walking up the steel steps and walking along the apron. Chad follows and
Katelyn holds the ropes open for him and Chad steps through. Wayne steps over
the top rope and into the ring before walking around and Chad Evans just looks
as the crowd. Katelyn grabs the microphone from Jason Phillips before turning
to the crowd.
Kayl: “Ugh. We have to listen
to her.”
Dawson: “Well...”
Katelyn: “WE TOLD YOU!”
The crowd boos as Katelyn just
beams.
Katelyn: “We told you that we
would be World Tag Team Champions. We told you that we’d be bringing home the
gold. We told you that I WOULD BE A CHAMPION!”
Sharper: “Well....”
Kayl: “Well indeed.”
Katelyn goes to speak again
before Chad Evans takes the microphone away from her. The crowd cheers a bit
and Chad Evans just paces around the ring before turning back to the middle of
the ring.
Chad: “You see what I am
capable of Sasha. I wasn’t joking. I took her....yeah, the one unable of really
showing much except her ass and brought her to the promised land, the top of
the mountain and she and I now hold the SCW World Tag Team Championships. This
is just how good I am. I can take someone like her and lead them to greatness.
You get it now. Just think about it when Katelyn Buehler is one of the top
wrestlers in SCW. I BROUGHT HER HERE.”
Chad pauses and smirks.
Chad: “But Sasha, we expect
you to have a problem with it. You have a problem with everything I do. And so,
I brought some extra help. God knows James and Ace couldn’t hold a candle to
what we could do. And so I brought this man....Gunner Wayne....to help ensure
that we are not only protected, but if you want to play games with us, we’re
going to play, just we’re going to make sure we do more than just humiliate,
like you tried to humiliate me. I am one of the greatest champions in SCW
history. I AM GOD HIMSELF. And I have brought Katelyn Buehler to this level.
Gunner Wayne....he will keep us here.”
Chad Evans turns to Gunner
Wayne and looks right at him.
Chad: “You’re giving Stacy
Kissinger a chance at revenge tonight....well....Gunner....show the world what
you can do.”
Gunner Wayne just smiles before
cracking his knuckles. Chad then brings the microphone down before going to
exit the ring. A guitar is heard playing
a few notes before the voice of Miley Cyrus can be heard harmonizing for a very
short bit before words come from her lips.
“Don't get me wrong,
I love who I am
I don't wanna be ungrateful
It probably sounds strange…”
As everyone hears Miley’s voice, the big screen shows a slide of Stacy
Kissinger having her chin raised by Gable Winchester. Her deep brown eyes can
be seen looking straight forward before she turns to him.
“I really love the role I play
The songs I sing
But with all the fame”
The big screen switches to a shot of Stacy making her way down to the wrestling
ring, waving at the fans in attendance, smiling as she goes.
“The things that seem so simple,
suddenly, so far out of reach
Wish that they could see that underneath...
I'm just an ordinary girl!”
As the chorus is imminent, the slide on the big screen fades and a firework is
shown bursting on the tron as two blasts of white pyro, one on each side of the
stage goes off as Stacy Kissinger comes from out of the backstage area, dressed
in a white skirt, white shoes and a black spaghetti-strap top that features a
colorful bursting firework on the front. The crowd cheers as Stacy stops on the
stage, looking around at her surroundings as the music continues. Gable
Winchester stands behind her.
“Sometimes I'm lazy
I get bored
I get scared
I feel ignored
I feel happy, I get silly
I choke on my own words
I make wishes, I have Dreams
And I still want to believe
Anything can happen in this world,
For an ordinary girl
(Like you, Like me)
For an ordinary girl
(Like you, Like me)”
Stacy looks at the ring before she makes her way down the wrestler ramp, doing
her best to enjoy the moment. Meanwhile clips of Stacy being electric in the
wrestling ring are shown on the SCW tron, ending with a few clips of her
downing a few opponents with the American Kiss.
Once Stacy’s down at the ring she slides in as the crowd shows a lot of
appreciation towards her, knowing that she’s about to compete for all of them.
Stacy climbs one of the turnbuckles and again acknowledges the crowd as
“Ordinary Girl” continues to play on the sound system as Gable Winchester
watches from ringside. She goes to take a deep breath, but Gunner Wayne walks
over and grabs Stacy Kissinger and throws her off the top rope and hard onto
the back. She rolls over as the crowd boos.
Sharper: “And Gunner Wayne going right after Kissinger in her entrance here.”
Kayl: “Are we shocked? When
have anyone involved with Chad Evans done things on the up and up. Hell. I’m
surprised Kissinger got to that side of the ring in one piece!”
Kissinger starts to get up and
Wayne just boots her in the side of the head and she stumbles over and goes to
the ropes. She starts to pull herself up and Wayne walks over and clubs her in
the back. She turns back to Wayne and Wayne nails her with a hard right before
grabbing her and just throwing her across the ring. Stacy rolls over and starts
to get up. Gable cheers her on as Katelyn just smiles. Gunner Wayne then walks
over and grabs Stacy and nails her with a headbutt, causing her to fall to the
mat. The crowd just boos as Wayne towers over her.
Sharper: “And Gunner Wayne,
this large specimen of a man, is just methodically taking apart Stacy
Kissinger.”
Dawson: “Where did Chad Evans
find this man? Where did he come from?”
Sharper: “I don’t know, but
right now, he’s taking out Stacy Kissinger in the middle of this ring and Gable
Winchester just has to watch!”
Stacy starts to get up and
Gunner grabs her and lifts her up. He then scoops her up and slams her down
hard. Gunner then turns and runs into the ropes. He jumps up and attempts an
elbow drop, but Kissinger rolls out of the way. The crowd cheers and Gunner
rolls over and starts to get up before Stacy dropkicks Gunner in the jaw.
Gunner stumbles back. Kissinger dropkicks him again and Gunner stumbles back
some more. She then grabs him and goes to whip him across the ring, but Gunner
spins through and sends Kissinger in. Kissinger bounces off the ropes and jumps
up and hits Gunner with a flying clothesline and Gunner finally goes off his
feet. He rolls over and starts to get up. Kissinger gets up and dropkicks him
in the side of the head. Katelyn yells at Kissinger as Kissinger gets up and
goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Gunner Wayne powers out and
Kissinger rolls over and starts to get up.
Sharper: “Oh man! What
strength.”
Kayl: “Just launched. Well,
Kissinger has something new for Winchester to try when they’re at home
together.”
Kissinger goes back to the
ropes and Katelyn reaches in and grabs the leg of Kissinger. Kissinger turns
and kicks at the ropes and Katelyn falls back. Kissinger snaps at Kissinger as
Gable just starts to go over before stopping and Kissinger turns back to Wayne
and Wayne hoists her up into the air with a military press before just throwing
her down hard. The crowd ohs and Kissinger winces, holding the small of her
back in pain. Wayne then walks over and grabs Kissinger before lifting her up
and turning and whipping her hard into the corner. Kissinger hits hard and
falls to her knees. Wayne just smirks before he walks over and grabs Kissinger
and pulls her up. He then looks at her before going to lift her up, but
Kissinger spins out. She then rears back and nails Wayne with a jumping
superkick, knocking Wayne into the corner. The crowd cheers.
Sharper: “Great move! Shades of CHBK with that superkick!”
Kayl: “How about mentioning
someone worth mentioning! How about shades of me! ME!”
Sharper: “Alright...”
Dawson: “Wayne back in the
corner. He’s dazed and Kissinger jumping up and dropkicking him in the jaw!”
Kissinger does just that and
dropkicks him in the jaw. He then stumbles forward and falls to his knees. He
then starts to crawl forward and Kissinger turns and walks over to the corner.
She then pulls herself up onto the middle turnbuckle before jumping
forward and driving her knee into the back of Wayne’s head. Wayne rolls over
and Kissinger goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Wayne gets his shoulder up. He
then rolls over and Kissinger grabs him. She goes for the American Kiss, but Wayne
pushes him off. The crowd ohs. Wayne then runs forward
and attempts a clothesline, but Kissinger ducks and Kissinger runs forward and
into the ropes. She then jumps up and manages to flip over the head of Wayne
and hit a variation of a swinging neckbreaker! The crowd cheers. Kissinger then
rolls over and goes to the corner. She exits to the apron and then starts to
climb up to the top rope. The crowd starts to cheer. Chad Evans however hops
onto the apron and grabs Kissinger by the leg and pushes her off, causing her
to fall forward and throat first into the top rope. The crowd boos and Chad
enters as the crowd boos. Katelyn slides in too and Kissinger gets back up only
for Chad to run over and clothesline her down. The referee calls for the bell.
Sharper: “And Chad Evans coming in! Kissinger was going to the top rope and
Chad Evans stops her!”
Dawson: “She may have been
looking at the High Note and instead this match ends on a low one. And Chad
Evans isn’t done!”
Sharper: “But here comes
Gable!”
Gable slides and runs at Chad
and nails him with a hard right and then another before nailing him with a shot
the jaw, knocking him down. Katelyn goes to grab Gable, but Gable pushes her
off. Chad starts to get up and Gable goes after him as the crowd roars. Gable
nails him with a couple of shots before Gunner Wayne manages to grab him by the
throat. He pulls him off before turning and just throwing him right up and over
the top rope and to the floor. The crowd starts to boo as Kissinger starts to
get up and Katelyn Buehler then runs over and boots her in the face with a
running kick.
Sharper: “Oh! A kick to the jaw.”
Kayl: “And that’s a reason you
don’t allow her near small children. She’ll boot them in the jaw! That and
she’s a horrible person.”
Sharper: “What?”
Chad gets back up, holding his
jaw. Katelyn just looks at Kissinger as she starts to get up and Chad turns to
Katelyn and tells her to finish her. Kissinger stirs and Katelyn smiles before
running over and hitting the Cartwheel Bomb on Kissinger. The crowd boos and
Kissinger just is laid out in the ring. Chad then gets up and turns to Gunner.
Gunner smirks as Gunner then starts to walk over. The crowd starts to boo and
he grabs Kissinger by the head and starts to lift her up. As he does, Gable
Winchester goes to the timekeeper’s table and grabs a steel chair. He folds it
up before going back to the ring and rolling in. Katelyn points him out and Chad
quickly bails. Katelyn manages to as well and Gunner turns and Gable nails
Gunner with a hard shot to the ribs. Gunner stumbles back and drops to the mat
before rolling to the floor. He then backs up and looks at Gable as Gable
stands in the ring as Kissinger slowly pulls herself up.
Dawson: “Gable Winchester with
the save as he brings in the chair and gets the Gospel out of there quickly!”
Kayl: “Yeah. I don’t know what
Gunner Wayne was thinking, but it couldn’t be good!”
The crowd continues to roars as
Gable Winchester stands in the ring and looks at them. Kissinger gets up as
Katelyn Buehler just holds her title, taunting Gable. Chad Evans starts to walk
to the back as Gunner Wayne stands between both and the ring. The crowd
continues to roar as before we head backstage.
The scene opens up backstage
and we see Greg Cherry standing next to Jessica Winters in front of one of the
hallway walls backstage. Greg just looks down as Jessica turns to the camera.
Jessica: “I am here with Greg
Cherry and earlier tonight, we heard the news that you would be challenging for
the World Championship at Riding the Lightning. And should you win, you’d have
to defend that title, along with your US Championship against Shilo Valiant on
the second night. What’s going through your mind? This is what you’ve been
looking forward to.”
Greg just smiles and looks up.
Greg: “It’s hard to believe
that in just about a month’s time, this whole ordeal that I’ve put myself into
at Gang Rulz will finish. Sorry, David. But you’re going to have to put me down
for good in order to walk away champion. I mean, I know what I did was stupid,
but I have a way to fix it. I have a way to finally make it all better and all
I have to do is win the World Championship.”
Greg pauses for a moment.
Greg: “Now, I’ve heard the
rumblings and probably people are looking at my 2010 or 2009, since 2007 when I
last held the World Championship and they’re all probably going to say the same
thing. They’re going to say that I’m going to choke again. Well, that’s fine.
Let them doubt. They were the same people that didn’t think I’d be standing
here the United States Champion right now. And if people are
going to ask what is different between now and Gang Rulz. Well....sure,
it was the same matter, but now I know what I lost and it drives me every day.
It eats away at me and all I want is to be World Champion not for the glory or
the money, but so I can see my son and wife in my arms again. And if people
want to doubt that, well, look at your family and ask what you would do to keep
them with you forever. Anyone who’s lost a loved one will know, but I have a
chance to bring them back....and I’m NOT going to ruin this opportunity.”
The crowd cheers as Greg turns
back to Jessica Winters. Jessica turns to him.
Jessica: “And Shilo?”
Greg looks down and smirks.
Greg: “He wants round two.
I’ll see him on Night Two.”
Greg turns back to Jessica
Winters and Winters turns back to the camera.
Jessica: “Thank you Greg. I
wish you all the luck at Riding the Lightning.”
Greg nods and walks off as
“Rescue Me” starts to play in the background before the still of Dark Fantasy
versus Midnight Boulevard comes up on the screen.
Sharper: “So much still to
come tonight including Midnight Boulevard taking on Dark Fantasy! What’s going
to happen tonight? Don’t go anywhere!”
The scene then slowly fades to
black.
COMMERCIAL:
Breakdown returns as “Rescue
Me” plays in the background and the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.
Sharper: “Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Breakdown and we have a huge bit
of news here. We’ve had already a very busy night from the office of our owner
and we now have a huge main event for the next edition of Breakdown!”
Dawson: “Yeah, after what we
just saw between the World Tag Team Champions and Gable Winchester and Stacy
Kissinger...”
A still then comes up on the
screen showing The Gospel, Chad Evans and Katelyn Buehler, versus Kiss-Chester,
Stacy Kissinger and Gable Winchester, for the SCW World Tag Team Championship.
Dawson: “...Kissinger and Winchester
will get their rematch for the World Tag Team Championship on the next edition
of Breakdown in two weeks time.”
Kayl: “Talk about getting a
chance to make good and get the title off of Katelyn Buehler and Chad Evans!”
Sharper: “Obviously the owner
hearing the comments of Chad Evans earlier tonight!”
I'm not cocky
I just love myself
Bitch!
As the lights in the arena begin to dim, the whimsical voice of Katie Steward
is heard giggling as “Vanity” by Christina Aguilera plays on the speaker system.
Bright pink spot lights swirl around the arena as varies images of Katie
Steward are captured on the video screen.
Plush ruby red carpet is rolled down the aisle way just as Katie Steward
emerges from behind the curtains. Miss Steward is all decked out wearing her
long white coat and a stunning diamond studded tiara rests on her beautiful
blonde hair curls. Katie produces her famous smiles for the live audience, and
the more they applause and encourages her, she postures for them. Multiple
flash bulbs can be seen as the cameras snatch as many and every pose she graces
them with. Gigi Steward, Paris Dannon and Robin Brooks are seen with her.
They start to walk down the ramp to ringside. TJ Johnson exits from behind the
curtain and follows his Goddess. Once she reaches ringside, Katie folds her
arms over chest and looks back over her shoulder at TJ Johnson waiting for him
to do his job. Gigi, Robin and Paris stand behind Katie. When Johnson sees that
“look”, he immediately runs past her and enters into the ring. He signals for
the microphone from the ring announcer and when he hesitates, T.J. snatches it
from his hand.
Next T.J. excitedly waves everyone out of the ring. All the while Katie was
fixing her hair at ringside ignoring what T.J. was doing. She walks over to the
steel ring step and awaits her introduction.
Mirror, mirror on the wall
They call me stuck up, but I'm not at all
Never mind, I am (I am)
It's not my fault I'm the shit
Yeah I am
And I'm a bad ass bitch (hey!)
The camera’s view returns to Katie Steward as she stands at ringside fixing her
coat. She looks up spreads her arms out wide and smiles the Famous smile for
her glorious introduction as some of the fans have already begun to boo her and
show how much they dislike and disrespect for her.
TJ Johnson: And finally, the reason why we have all
come here tonight… She is STILL The Queen of Queens,
The Goddess of Desire, The SCW’s own Crown Jewel. Get your cameras and video
recorders ready for… KATIE STEWARD….
Katie gracefully walks up the steel ring steps and onto the apron. She bends
down enters the rings between the middle ropes that T.J. holds down for her. TJ
then holds the ropes for Gigi before getting off the ropes. Robin and Paris
look to each other before they enter. Katie walks over to the opposite corner
and climbs onto the ropes. She takes off her lovely coat revealing her
beautiful wrestling attire. Many in the crowd start to take snap shots of their
Goddess. Katie jumps down and walks to the other corner to pose and climbs up on
the middle ropes just as the lighting returns to normal and the music dies.
Katie does one last pose for the fans then she jumps down and walks towards
T.J.
Mirror, mirror on the wall
Who's the flyest of them all
It's me, bow down get on your knees
Where's my queens?
Who reigns supreme?
Let me hear you scream
Whooo!
TJ Johnson smiles down at Katie, before bowing slightly. He then takes the
microphone from Jason Phillips.
Kayl: “All hail the queen, I
guess. I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.”
Katie looks around as TJ
Johnson walks over to her and holds the microphone in front of her mouth. The
crowd starts to boo as Katie looks around and just smiles.
Katie: “Thank you! Thank you
for that reaction. YOUR Queen is here. Get on your knees and pay your homage to
the Royal Family!”
The crowd boos as Katie
Steward just smiles.
Katie: “I managed to turn away
the horrible attempts of Marina Trent at ending my reign as YOUR queen at
Retribution. How horrible it would have been if Marina Trent was the True
Queen. Hardly. What royal commendations does she have?
She is hardly capable of holding up to the standard that I have set and I
proved it by putting her down in the ring and not only beating her twice in one
night, but making it clear I am the Queen of Queens and above every female in
the SCW Women’s division!”
The crowd boos.
Kayl: “Nevermind that Katie
Steward used a chair and cheated her way to those two falls.”
Sharper: “She hit the Off With Her Head to start the match. All this you can see by
ordering the replays of Retribution, playing on pay per view throughout the
next month.”
Katie: “But it seems that not only have I
retained my kingdom and saved it from her efforts, I have gained something
else. I have gained the right to challenge the SCW Women’s Champion at Riding
the Lightning.”
Dawson: “This is true.”
The crowd boos further.
Katie: “And I have thought
about it. How wonderful it would be to lead the SCW Women’s division further,
this time without the horrid ladder matches and three way matches that just
create opportunities for people like Syren to actually get her disgusting hands
on the title I have helped create. I could be a seven time champion....Unfortunately, the return of the Goddess title would not be
possible. That damn Charlie Sheen has ruined that turn. Ruined
it. His goddesses. Please. I have more class
and heavenly qualities than all of them!”
The crowd starts to chant
“Katie sucks!”
Katie: “You know it is true.
But with that in mind, I’m unsure I am the right person to dethrone Syren and
take the Women’s Championship from her grasp. Thinking about it more I realized
that my record setting sixth reign came after someone was able to offer me
their opportunity when they couldn’t due to their bones being brittle and falling
apart due to just inferior DNA.”
Robin glares at Katie. Katie
turns to Robin.
Katie: “I’m grateful for that
Robin. But with that said, I would maybe be wasting that opportunity by passing
in on to you for you giving me the shot. You’re a good wrestler. You were a
great one. But let’s face it...you’re not a Steward. And we are just superior
to all!”
Kayl: “There’s only one
Steward. Gigi’s adopted!”
Dawson: “Either that or Katie
was about three when she was born.”
Kayl: “Well Katie has been
known to hang out with Katelyn Buehler in the past!”
The crowd boos when Katie then
turns and just then we hear “Groupie” by Cassie Steele play throughout the
arena. The crowd cheers a bit before we see Syren walk out from the back. She
has a microphone in her hand and she just looks down at the ring. Her music
starts to fade out.
Syren: “Whoa, whoa, whoa.
Katie. Hold it there. I hear you coming out here and talking about passing
along your title shot and while I could understand you returning the favour to
Robin Brooks, I’m not thinking you’re going to do that. I mean, hello, you have
a shot at the Women’s Championship and you’re too egotistical to make sure you
can’t control how to get it back. Well, how about this, if I’m so disgusting,
why don’t YOU get into the ring with ME at Riding the Lightning because I think
you and I have some unfinished business. I think you and I still haven’t had
that war to really find out who is BETTER!”
The crowd cheers and Katie
just giggles to herself.
Katie: “Oh Syren. You assume
you’re even in the debate of who is the best diva around here. That is totally
me and yes, you should be jealous. You just pale in comparison to me in every
way.”
Syren: “Even when I beat you
at Body, Heart and Soul in the ladder match. One on one, we’ve had some fights,
but never on the big stage and never with THIS on the line.”
Syren holds the Women’s
Championship over her head as the crowd cheers.
Katie: “Syren. You wish you
could be in my league. But my time to save the Women’s
division and return it to the levels that my greatness brought it to are
over. My fun was just that, fun, in January, but I think it may be time for
another Steward to finally retake HER throne. The Princess of
SCW, MY apprentice, Gigi!”
The crowd boos as Gigi just
smiles and looks at Syren. Syren just looks at the ring unhappy.
Syren: “Do you think Sasha is
going to let you do that? Just hand your shot off to
someone who while at one point may have been a great champion, but now is
struggling to get out of YOUR shadow.”
Katie: “What shadow. It’s
perfect. And Sasha will appreciate the opportunity I am giving her. So Syren,
just be happy that you hold the gold now because a Steward will be holding the
Women’s Championship again....and by MY royal powers, I will MAKE SURE it
happens.”
The crowd roars as Katie just
looks at Syren smiling as TJ Johnson then taps Katie on the shoulder as we see
Marina Trent hop the guardrail before grabbing a steel chair from the
timekeeper’s table. She folds it up before rolling into the ring and holding it
up. Gigi, Robin and Paris bail. TJ Johnson is pushed forward towards her and
Marina nails him in the face with the chair. The crowd cheers as Katie then
exits the ring. Syren just laughs at the top of the stage. Katie backs up as
Marina stands in the middle of the ring with the chair. The camera gets a shot
of her.
Marina: “You think we’re
done?! Let’s see what I can do with a chair now, huh?!”
Katie just looks up at Marina
as Gigi turns and looks at Syren. Marina just stands in the ring as the crowd
cheers.
Sharper: “Marina Trent using a
chair to chase Katie Steward off. Sending a bit of a
message.”
Kayl: “And she says she’s not
done. I don’t think Katie Steward wants any of her though!”
Dawson: “Doesn’t seem to want
anything to do with the Women’s division!”
Syren just continues to look
at them as Katie looks around. The crowd continues to cheer as Marina Trent’s
music plays throughout the arena. She remains in the ring and even starts to
dare Katie Steward to come into the ring. The scene continues for a few more
moments before we go backstage.
The scene opens up backstage
to see Chad Evans just shaking his head as he looks at Gunner Wayne and then Katelyn
Buehler. Buehler just smiles.
Buehler: “Yes! We get to
humiliate Kissinger and Winchester again. Oh this is going to be great.”
Chad: “Yeah, really. I got to
carry your ass against them again. And we don’t have the nice bit of surprise
with Gunner.”
Wayne: “Either way, just tell me what you need and I’ll make sure the belts stay
here.”
Chad: “Yeah, at least I know
we can get some success here with you and me.”
Buehler: “Ahem!”
Chad: “Sure...we’ll count you
too.”
James: “What the hell man?”
James pipes up from the back
as Ace Marshall can be seen standing behind him, smirking.
James: “Ace and I are here and
you’re talking about not having success. I mean, who brought the first titles
into our group. That’s right.”
Chad: “Who was the first to
lose it too? And either way, I helped you get that too. I need to carry you
all. I need to lead you all to greatness. On your own...”
James: “Screw you.”
Ace: “Well then carry us. Come
on. Lead us to the promised land, or are you having
fun renting out the space for Katelyn.”
Buehler: “I am not a
slut...anymore! I am a virgin! Chad made me so.”
James and Ace start to burst
out into laughter.
Buehler: “Hey!”
Chad: “Yeah, let’s not get
into it. Either me, be ready for later. We have to make another point.”
James: “Ready to get it on.”
Chad: “Ah....you can stay
here. Don’t need you effing it up. Loser...”
James just glares at Chad as
Ace then turns and looks at him.
Ace: “You can just watch me
kick some great new guy in SCW’s ass...and ASP...because well...that’s fun!”
James: “Screw you.”
James just shakes his head as
he looks less than pleased before the scene fades to black.
COMMERCIAL:
The scene opens up backstage
and we see Ducky pouting as she looks at Hallucigen and the SCW Underground
Championship and the two can be seen in the hallway just a few feet away from
the tunnel to the ring.
Ducky: “I should have one of
those. I want my own shiny belt! Wally! Why don’t I have my own shiny belt!”
Anthony Wallace just sighs a
bit and looks at Ducky.
Wallace: “Because Syren
managed to beat you, doll.”
Ducky: “Oh....well, I want
one. I can see myself in it and be all shiny! OH MY GOD! Can we play with tin
foil! I want to make myself all shiny and run around like a robot! You think it
could give me super robot powers.”
Hallucigen: “Now that’s just
insane. You can’t get super robot powers from tin foil. First off, it’s aluminum foils. And secondly, you get super robot
powers by getting circuits and oil put into you.”
Ducky: “Oh.....WALLY! Can I
get circuits and oil into me? Look! I could be a robot!”
Ducky starts doing a really
frantic version of the robot. Wallace just shakes his head, chuckling a bit.
Wallace: “Please don’t get her
ideas.”
Hallucigen: “Hardly ideas.
They are musings! Brilliant musings! Musing inspired by
Dillusion, our lord and master!”
Wallace:
“Yeah....well....speaking of him. We’re supposed to be looking out for Saber.
So probably we should get serious and make sure we’re ready.”
Hallucigen: “Oh yes.”
Ducky then salutes and brings
her feet together.
Ducky: “Otay! Yessiree Bob!
Who’s Bob?”
Wallace just sighs again and
pats Ducky on the head as we head to ringside.
Jason Zero vs. Dillusion
The lights dim and a hush comes over the audience. The big screen suddenly goes static
and this static starts to form a shape that all the audience recognizes. The
audience boo as they recognize the face of Jason Zero. The face smiles before
saying.
The Kingdom Of Old Is Dead.
The Order Has Fallen.
Now Is The Rise Of A New Kingdom
Of Chaos
The familiar electric guitar starts playing Crush 40’s “Knight of the Wind”
while some fan of the proclaimed Crusader of Chaos holds up their lighters as a
trap door opens from the stage ramp.
Wooaaah, Woooooah
Slowly, a large glass orb and two metal towers rise.
We can see the silhouette of a man kneeling in that orb. As the lyrics start,
he slowly rises out stretching his arms at a 45 degree angle.
Hey all (Hey all)
Welcome to the greatest storm.
I know, I know.
You have waited much too long
And I (And I)
I will be your shining star.
I’m here (I’m here)
You Better conquer fear or run!
Suddenly the two metal towers spring to life shooting bright purple and pink
electricity at the orb. The man inside does not shy from this and within a few
seconds the orb implodes, collapsing all around, leaving the man inside standing,
exposed. Standing there is Jason Zero, his head to the sky, his eyes closed.
Like a sword, I'm brought
Into the heat of the day
Like a knight, I'll fight
Until the fight is won
In the reign, I save
Each and every
Each and every
Each and everyone
'Till this war is won
Zero looks around as the crowd boos. He gives a grin before running down the
ramp and then he slides inside it. He hops to the turnbuckle, reaching out with
his arms and looking to the heavens before removing his jacket.
And I'm meant to rule
By the sword
Slashing through the every inch of the power
The power in you
As I sit
As I stand
By chaos will I command
My kingdom
I'm a knight of the wind
The crowd boos as he then drops down and the music fades out. He then turns and
stops the referee before going over to Jason Phillips and asking for a
microphone. The crowd boos for him as Zero takes the microphone and pushes him
back. He then turns and walks over towards the middle of the ring.
Sharper: “Zero has a microphone.
Maybe we’ll get our answers.”
Kayl: “Oh this better be
good.”
Zero smirks as the crowd boos.
He just looks around.
Zero: “Are you not all
impressed with what I pulled at Retribution? I told you that your Anti-Hero
would make the impact that all have awaited. No,
Sasha, it had nothing to do with the precious Board of Directors. It had
nothing to do with Bastion. But everything to do with me.”
The crowd boos.
Zero: “I have sat on the
sidelines and watched the so-called games with Alex Desoubrais. Watched him
play them and watched as how Thorn and his allies have been helpless to even
come close to what he is capable of. And after watching on the sidelines, I
knew....I knew that at Retribution I needed to tell Thorn right out that he was
not ready to destroy CHBK. He didn’t grab his opportunities and take them. He
just coasted. He was outmatched every step of the way and at Retribution,
well....I knew Thorn would be outmatched again. I saved him the embarrassment.
Instead, I ended his misery....”
Zero snaps his fingers.
Zero: “Just like that.”
The crowd boos.
Zero: “See, Thorn,
Sasha....even you Donovan....and Alex Desoubrais Jr....all of you need to
realize that there is only one man that can truly end CHBK. It’s not due to its
difficulty or even the skill, but entirely due to destiny. That man will be me.
And the sooner the rest of you realize it....the sooner you can then agree to
the fate that has been set upon you all. That I AM....the
greatest wrestler to have ever graced SCW....and I am not just your
anti-hero....but I AM your hero. I have destroyed them all....and I will
again.”
The crowd boos as Zero just
brings the microphone down to his side. The screen suddenly goes to static and
then there is a blast of pyro that falls from seemingly the sky onto the
entrance way with a giant crashing noise. “Crazy Train” by My Bloody Valentine
begins to pump through the arena speakers.
Sharper: “He put Thorn out of
his misery....”
Kayl: “Someone has been
sniffing the glue.”
Sharper: “His longevity hasn’t
been matched by many except CHBK. He’s saying he’s going to be the one to take
out CHBK for good. But for what reason?”
Dawson: “I don’t know. But
Zero has never been on to just spit it out. He likes to play his own games. But
needless to say, I think one thing was clear. He didn’t think Thorn could get
it done at Retribution and didn’t care for the path he took to face CHBK. I beg
to differ about Thorn’s chances, but that’s all moot thanks to Zero!”
The camera moves into the
entrance way where there is a large mass of fire. The fire grows several feet
high on the big screen it shows a figure kneeling in the center of the flames.
The figure slowly rises and looks directly at the camera as it slowly zooms in.
This reveals Dillusion eyeing the camera with a sadistic look, stepping forward
through the flames, licking his lips.
He then moves down the entrance way looking through the audience walking at a
slow methodical pace. He laughs a little and then rolls under the middle rope.
He kneels in the center of the ring he snaps at the direction of the audience
and then leaps up to his feet rushing to the other side of the ring, leaping up
onto the middle rope and making a gun sign and pointing out to the audience.
Just then Zero pulls him down off the middle rope and to his feet before
jumping up and kicking Dillusion in the back of the head with an enziguri-like
kick. Dillusion falls forward and Dillusion’s entrance music fades off. Zero
then turns and clubs him in the back and then drives him face first into the
top turnbuckle. Dillusion stumbles back and falls to a knee.
Sharper: “Zero going right
after Dillusion. These two have had their own share of wars in the past.”
Dawson: “Yeah, over the United
States Championship.”
Kayl: “The ten-thousand
thumb-tacks match. Back when Dillusion thought there was a conspiracy against
him.”
Zero turns around and clubs
him in the back. Dillusion stumbles forward and into the ropes. Zero then grabs
him and whips him across the ring. Dillusion bounces off the ropes and Zero
jumps up and hits a dropkick. He then follows up with a pin.
1!
2!
Dillusion kicks out. He starts
to get up and Zero grabs him and knees him in the ribs. He then throws him over
with a snap suplex. Zero then turns and walks over to the corner. The crowd
boos and Zero just smirks before pulling himself up onto the middle rope and
then standing up before diving forward and driving his forearm into the jaw of
Dillusion. He then follows up with another pin.
1!
2!
Dillusion kicks out again. He
rolls over and Zero grabs him and lifts him up with a side headlock. He pulls
back on the bridge of the nose and Dillusion yells before Zero rakes his eyes.
Dillusion walks forward and Zero walks after him before Dillusion elbows him in
the ribs. He then elbows him again before turning and chopping Zero in the
chest. The crowd woos. Zero fires back with a chop of his own before kicking
him in the ribs. He then turns and whips him into the corner.
Dawson: “Small comeback
attempt by Dillusion, quashed by the former seven time
World Champion.”
Kayl: “That’s the thing with
Zero. He knows when to just cut you off. Add that he probably doesn’t care
about the rules. Dillusion doesn’t, but Dillusion’s head doesn’t work right
half the time. Zero’s always works overtime.”
Zero turns and runs after
Dillusion, but Dillusion gets his boot up. Zero staggers back and Dillusion
runs over and clotheslines him down. Zero rolls over and gets up and Dillusion
kicks him in the ribs before jumping up and knee dropping Zero in the back of
the head, forcing him down to the mat. He rolls onto his back and Dillusion
gets up and hits a leg drop. He then goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Zero kicks out. He rolls over
and starts to get up as Dillusion grabs him and headbutts him in the back of
the head. Zero falls to his hands and knees and Dillusion jumps up and
headbutts him again. He gets up and Dillusion runs into the ropes. He bounces
off them and jumps up for another headbutt, but Zero rolls out of the way.
Dillusion shakes his head as he starts to get up and Zero turns and kicks him
in the ribs. He then hooks his leg and attempts a fisherman’s suplex before
bridging up and going for the pin.
1!
2!
Dillusion kicks out, getting
some cheers from the crowd.
Sharper: “Fisherman’s suplex.
A move Zero has put many away with. But not enough to keep
Dillusion down.”
Dawson: “But then again,
Dillusion just drove his own head into the mat and kept getting up. He doesn’t
really care. Pain is pleasure for him.”
Kayl: “Imagine being in the
ring with someone like that. It’s messed.”
Zero turns and grabs Dillusion
lifting him up. He then turns and whips him into the ropes. Dillusion bounces
off the ropes and Zero back drops him over. Dillusion starts to get back up
before Zero turns and runs into the ropes. He bounces off them and Dillusion
suddenly turns and grabs Zero before snapping him over with an exploder suplex
into a pin.
1!
2!
Zero kicks out. The crowd ohs
and both men get up. Dillusion then blocks a hard right by Zero and then blocks
a hard left, trapping both arms. He then headbutts Zero in the face. He
headbutts him again and then again before lifting him up and throwing him
overhead. Zero rolls over and starts to get up. Dillusion then gets up before
lifting him up onto his shoulders, but Zero manages to elbow Dillusion in the
side of the head. He then lands behind him before lifting him up and throwing
him back with a back suplex. Dillusion winces as Zero starts to get up. The boos come from all over.
Sharper: “Zero takes Dillusion
down again, cutting off any hope for momentum.”
Dawson: “And that’s why he’s
so dangerous. He can cut you off at any point and has a wide variety of moves
to do it.”
Dillusion starts to get up and
Zero nails him with a back chop to the jaw and then a kick to the ribs. Zero
smirks as the crowd boos before going to whip him across the ring, but
Dillusion spins through and pulls Zero in and Dillusion clotheslines him down.
Zero starts to get up and Dillusion kicks him in the ribs. He then pulls him
into a clothesline again. Zero pops back up and Dillusion drop toe holds him
down. He then gets up and runs into the ropes before hitting a dropkick to the
side of Zero’s head. The crowd ohs. Dillusion rolls
him over for the pin.
1!
2!
Zero gets his shoulder up.
Dillusion looks down. He then grabs him and lifts him back up before scooping
him up and walking over to the corner and setting him up with the tree of woe.
Zero looks around as the crowd cheers. Dillusion knees him in the ribs before
backing up and walking to the middle of the ring. He then runs at Zero and goes
for a dropkick to the head, but Zero lifts himself up and Dillusion slides into
the ringpost. The crowd boos and Zero starts to pull himself up. He starts to
stand up on the middle rope before getting to the top. Dillusion crawls out of
the corner before starting to get up and Zero glances back before diving back
and hitting a spinning dropkick to Dillusion’s head, knocking him down.
Dawson: “What a dropkick! Zero
turned in the air and drilled Dillusion in the side of the head.”
Sharper: “These two going back
and forth here. No one really getting much momentum.
We know there is no love lost between the two from all those battles years
ago.”
Kayl: “Yeah and Zero pulling
something like that to keep Dillusion down.”
Dillusion starts to get up and
Zero grabs him. He then hoists him up before spinning him around and kicking
him in the ribs. He hoists him up before Dillusion lands behind him. Dillusion
then pushes him forward and Zero stops at the ropes. Dillusion then runs after
him and clotheslines him up and over the top rope and to the floor. Dillusion
falls to his knees as Zero falls to the floor. Dillusion then starts to get up
and walks back as the referee checks on him. Dillusion then grabs the referee as
he falls back to his knees and we then see Thorn run out from the back. Zero
starts to get up and Thorn drills him with a vicious diving forearm. The crowd
explodes in cheers and Thorn then backs up. Zero starts to get up and Thorn
jumps up and quickly drops him with the Griever’s Bane on the floor. The crowd
cheers and Thorn then backs up and starts to back towards the backstage area.
The referee turns and sees Zero down as Dillusion gets up.

Sharper: “Thorn coming out and
getting some revenge for Retribution! Zero hasn’t moved since being planted
with the Griever’s Bane!”
Dawson: “And Dillusion is just
watching.”
Kayl: “Smart move!”

The crowd cheers and
Dillusion’s music plays throughout the arena. Zero just smirks a bit as he
holds his jaw and neck as Thorn then backs up and leaves through the curtains.
Sharper: “And Dillusion gets
the win.”
Kayl: “He better send a hell
of a gift to Thorn for that one. Handed it to him.”
Sharper: “I’m sure he didn’t
want it that way, but he got it and he’s not going to disagree!”
Zero remains down and looking
the curtain as Dillusion just continues to take the win. Zero slowly stirs as
the scene fades to black.
COMMERCIAL:
The scene opens backstage in
the Infamous locker room to see Syren just pacing back and forth, displeased.
Syren: “What the hell was that?
I wanted to face Katie Steward. I wanted to get my chance to finally have that
huge match against her.”
Lucas: “Well....she I guess
doesn’t feel the same.”
Syren: “I’m the Women’s
Champion, practically screaming to face her and she doesn’t want it. Gigi
again...”
Lucas: “You haven’t faced her
in a year...”
Ravyn: “Just remember Syren,
this is SCW. How long have we waited for our proper rematch for the World Tag
Team Championship? How badly do I want that?”
Ravyn looks over to CHBK as
CHBK just looks at her, almost recalling the speech from the last Breakdown.
Syren: “Yeah....yeah...I
know.....It just sucks.”
Lucas: “Maybe you just need to
team with me. I just lead us to wins, baby!”
Syren playfully hits Lucas
before Ravyn just shakes her head and turns around before the door to the
locker room opens. We then see Christy Matthews walk in, very low-key. Ebdon is
with her, seemingly having gone to help her find the locker room. Everyone gets
quiet and just look around as Christy walks towards the back of the room,
dropping her gear as we head back to the ring.
Warren James vs. Alex Desoubrais
Jr.
“Who Wouldn't Wanna Be Me”
plays throughout the arena as the lights strobe around the entrance way while
Alex Desoubrais Jr walks out with Rachel Foxx alongside him. He admires the
crowd before stopping and posing at the top of the entrance way. The crowd boos
and Desoubrais Jr. makes his way down to the ring along with Foxx who stops to
talk trash to a couple of fans as Alex walks over to the steel steps. He
walks up them and looks into the ring. He enters the ring before spinning
around and looking to the crowd behind him with his arms outstretched, getting
furious boos from the crowd now as The Suicide Queen walks around ringside and
stands in his corner. He then slides off his coat and looks around before
placing the coat on the outside. He then leans back into his corner as Rachel
talks to him.
Sharper: "You can only imagine what is going through his mind right about
now, we already saw him get involved in Rachels match against Lucas Knight
earlier tonight and now he has to focus on the Adrenaline Champion Warren
James."
Dawson: "That's correct, he was obviously not happy with the result at
Retribution when Lucas scored that pin after the vicious low blow. Now though
you have to wonder where his head must be at, you don't attack Lucas Knight and
get to forget about that as we know only too well."
Kayl: "With Rachel at ringside I think Lucas would be wise NOT to come
down to this ring if he knows what 's good for him,
unfortunately he usually doesn't."
Sharper: "Which makes him all the more
unpredictable."
"Sober" By Tool hits and the video screen comes to life with what
appears to be Warren James, ridding a Harley down a lonely stretch of road. A
side view of Warren James with no shirt on is then shown. The
word bionic flashes across the screen before switching to Warren nailing a
wrestling with his Bionic Showdown finisher. The Words "The
Real" flash on the screen next and then Warren is shown charging into the
corner, nailing an opponent with No More Chances. The scene switches to Warren
adjusting his jacket before the words "6 Million" flash on the screen
and the scene switches to Warren working out on a heavy bag, landing punches
and kisses. The view now shows Warren walking to the ring in an arena and the
word "Man" flashing on the screen before showing a close up of Warren
staring a hole through you with his eyes. Jayde Blanchard steps from the back
followed by Warren. The two waste no time in walking toward the ring as Warren
stays totally focused. His eyes stay trained on the ring as Jayde climbs up on
the ring apron and steps inside. Warren leaps up on the ring apron and stands
looking out at the crowd before finally stepping in between the ropes and into
the ring. Warren gets face to face with the referee staring at him before
turning his attention to Jayde. Jayde gets right in Warren's face and tells him
something before stepping out of the ring as Warren rubs his hands together and
gets ready for the match.
Sharper: "Warren James has been on one hell of a streak as of late, and
that culminated at Retribution where he became Adrenaline Champion in impressive
fashion."
Dawson: "An amazing match between two up and coming superstars, you could
go on record and say future World Champions"
Kayl: "Couldn't agree more, and now he gets to test his mettle against
Alex Junior who is just seething to get this thing started it seems!"
Junior is just staring at the Adrenaline
champion as James hands Jayde the Adrenaline title. The bell sounds and these
two kick things off with a grapple only for Alex junior to get the upper hand
early on and apply a side headlock. James
however pushes Alex back to the ropes and throws him off to the other side,
with Junior on the return he ducks the clothesline attempt by James who
spins around and is taken down with a spinning wheel kick. The Adrenaline
Champion gets up quickly and is now taken down with a clothesline. Junior drops
with a cover but doesn't ever score a one count as James pushes off and gets
back to his feet.
Sharper: "Alex Junior on the offensive early on here, I don't think James
expected this at all!"
Kayl: "Al Ju is going to try and make his mark here tonight by beating our
Adrenaline Champion."
Dawson: "It's early days yet."
Both men are on their feet, James feeling his jaw as they both circle. Alex
motionsfor James to come at him which he does, the two tying up once again this
time James being quicker than Alex and drives a stiff knee to the gut before
raising him up and hitting a European uppercut for good measure. Junior
stumbles back a little as now the Adrenaline Champion returns the favor and
delivers a clothesline of his own however not opting for a quick cover he
instead leaps up and drives a knee across the chest. Alex clutches at his chest
before rolling over onto his stomach but Warren James isn't finished there as
he pulls Junior up as he holds his knee into his lower back and begins to club
away with his forearms.
Sharper: "Warren James making sure Alex Junior understands just who he's
dealing with tonight. This match won't be as easy as he expects."
James gets off Junior and yells at him to get up which he does, Warren whips
him into the corner and goes for a jumping splash but catches nothing but
turnbuckle as Junior ducks out of the way. Spinning
James around Alex hits a knife edge chop which get s a resounding woo from the
crowd here in Salt Lake City. Junior hits another, and
another trying for one more but Warren spins through and unleashes a torrent of
chops of his own before whipping Alex into the other corner with authority. As
Junior stumbles out, Warren James rolls across the canvas and as soon as he's
on his feet takes Alex Junior off his with a clothesline once again which gets
a roar from the crowd as he drops down and covers.

Kickout by Alex Junior! Warren James pulls Alex to his feet and whips him into
the ropes, he doubles over for a back body drop but Junior vaults over hitting
the ring ropes quick and fast. James gets up but before he can turn around gets
taken down with a bulldog. Rachel slams at the mat urging Alex junior to finish
it. He begins to scale the top turnbuckle now and begins to set himself up as
Warren holds his head, the young Desoubrais leaps off and attempts a moonsault
but the Champion rolls through and Junior catches nothing but canvas.
Sharper: "Unlucky there by Alex Junior, a big move like that could have
shifted the momentum in his favor for sure."
Kayl: "Hell even I felt that one."
Dawson: "Not as much as Alex Desoubrais Junior!"
James gets to his feet and lifts himself up onto
the second turnbuckle before sitting on the top motioning for Junior to get up
which he begins to stir. The crowd begin to get excited as Alex Junior stumbles
to his feet and with that James leaps off and hit's a yakuza kick right to the
chest of Alex Desoubrais Junior sending him across the ring with force. Not
content with that though, James gets to his feet first and climbs out onto the
apron and again starts to call for Junior to get up. Jayde starts to slap the
canvas as does Rachel whose yelling something at
Junior. Junior begins to stir and starts to get to his feet once again, James
ready's himself and pulls back on the top rope and vaults over attempting a
shoulder block. But Alex leaps up and grabs hold of Warren James and drops down
onto his bak with his knees on the chest of the Adrenaline Champion hitting a lungblower.
Kayl: "Jesus Christ!"
Sharper: "COULD THIS BE THE OPENING HE WANTED!?!"
Dawson: "Great Counter!!"
1...
KICK OUT BY JAMES. The crowd cheers as Warren lifts
his shoulder up with authority as Alex holds his head having hoped that may
have been enough. Both men get to their feet with Alex landing a stiff right
hand to James who stumbles back a little before lunging forward with a right of
his own, Junior tries again but is blocked and James hits another, then
another. Junior goes for an elbow shot but the champion ducks before driving a
knee into the gut of Junior doubling him over. Warren then pulls one arm
through Juniors legs before grabbing the other and
lifts him up and over before driving him down with a sit out powerbomb.

KICKOUT BY JUNIOR!
Sharper: "OOH SO CLOSE THERE, Alex Junior is reeling after that!"
Kayl: "Rachel is getting angry!"
Dawson: "Let me guess we won't like her when she's angry?"
Kayl: "Hey you said it not me!"
James gets to his feet first and stomps down onto the back of Junior before
lifting him up and applying a front face lock, the Adrenaline Champion then
lifts Junior up to a vertical base and holds him there in the middle of the
ring showing off his upper body strength.
Sharper: "James there letting the blood flow down
to Alex Juniors head, a good strategy if I ever see one."
Dawson: "It certainly is, because once your horizontal again your have not
only a headache but all other kind of things going on
up there you really could do without!"
The crowd cheers continue on as James drops Junior down with a brain buster
before sitting up. He doesn't go for the cover though as Alex Junior is out for
the count it seems, he instead gets to his feet and reaches down pulling Alex
Desoubrais up before Irish Whipping him into the corner with authority, Junior
seemingly powerless now and slumps down into the corner. Warren James steps
over to the other corner and quickly sprints across the ring and jumps up and
flips over with a delayed flip splash. The crowd
cheers as the Adrenaline Champion holds the back of his neck as he gets up and
stumbles back a little. He then walks over and drops down
now covering with the hook of a leg.

2...
NO ALEX JUNOR KICKS OUT!! The crowd sighs as the young Desoubrais seems to have
a little fight left in him yet. Warren looks at the ref who holds out two
fingers and doesn't look at all pleased about that. Being the first up he pulls
Junior to his feet and hits a European uppercut sending Alex Junior into the
ropes, he walks over only to get a kick to the gut from Junior doubling him
over. Alex then plants another kick to the chest knocking James back up
vertically. Alex jumping back a step goes for the Bitter
sweet ending, but Warren James ducks under, Junior catching nothing but air.
He spins around and James grabs him and hit's the Bionic Showdown and quickly
covers hooking both legs as the crowd erupts!
1...
2...
3!!!
Sharper: "Bionic Showdown steals the win here for the Adrenaline Champion,
but Alex Junior could take away from this he gave it his best shot."
Kayl: "Alex tried his best, but the Adrenaline Champion just proved
without a doubt how dominate he could be. I don't even
think he broke a sweat there!"
Dawson: "Warren James is impressing more and more, as his star rises once
again."
Warren James exits the ring as "Sober" by Tool hit's
and he along with Jayde Blanchard begins to head backstage as Rachel slides in
to check on Alex Junior.
The scene opens up backstage
and we see David Helms with the World Championship sitting over his shoulder,
Kathryn Helms, to his left, with Marisa Condolesa standing with him. The crowd
cheers upon seeing him.
Condolesa: “I am here with the
SCW World Champion David Helms and you’re going to be undertaking a challenge
at Riding the Lightning that no World Champion before
you has attempted. You’re going to defend the World Championship on two
consecutive nights, both nights on pay per view. First night against Greg
Cherry and the second night against Shilo Valiant, should you defeat Greg Cherry.”
Helms: “Exactly. And going by
the comments of Greg Cherry earlier, I guess I should come up with alternate
plans for the Sunday. Oh well....It was a nice ride. Oh wait...Greg, I
understand what you’re going through and I know I’m going to be facing a man
possessed, but so is everyone who comes into that ring to challenge for the
World Championship. This is what we all wake up in the morning and want to
become in our careers. You happen to have another motivation and one I can’t
even come close to fathoming. But I’m going to expect you to come at me with
everything you’ve got. Christy Matthews did that. Jake Starr did that. Just
like you and Shilo will do the same. I’m going to do my job and that is be a fighting champion. If either one of you beat me, then
I’ll shake your hand right there and that’s that. But....I’m not going to say
that’s a forgone conclusion. I’m going to give you both the fight of your life
and I’m going to show why SCW has got some of the best action on the planet.
Greg, bring all you got. Shilo, same to you. I
wouldn’t expect any less. But just because you want to get your wife and kid
back and Shilo, you’re looking to start your next chapter I assume, don’t
expect me to be ready to close this chapter of my life either.”
The crowd roars and Marisa
Condolesa turns to Helms.
Condolesa: “Good luck David
Helms. The World Champion, David Helms. Guys?”
“Rescue Me” starts to play in
the background before we see the Breakdown logo come across the screen before
we see a still for Dark Fantasy versus Midnight Boulevard come up onto the
screen.
Sharper: “Thank you Marisa.
Strong words from the champion. One of the individuals he will face at Riding the Lightning, providing he gets past Greg Cherry
that is, will be Shilo Valiant. Shilo Valiant will be teaming up later with
Marina Trent to face Ravyn Taylor and Syren.”
Dawson: “Tag team main event
here tonight! And so much more. Breakdown returns! After this!”
The scene then slowly fades to
black.
COMMERCIAL:
“King of the World” by Porcelain & the
Tramps hits the PA system and the fans begin to boo. Several seconds pass as
the music plays before the curtains part and out steps Christy Matthews. She’s
dressed in a black shirt and denim jeans with her hair tied back and looks so
completely different than we’re used to seeing. She also has both lower arms,
especially the wrists, heavily bandaged up.
...E B D O N E N T E R T A I N M E N T P R E S E N T

...C H R I S T Y M A T T H E W S...
Christy stands on the stage for a moment listening to the reaction from the
crowd, which is almost entirely negative. After a few moments the curtains part
again and Pete Ebdon steps out on to the stage alongside her. He grips her hand
tightly for a moment before releasing and letting her walk down to the ring as
he follows. She steps up on to the apron and climbs the outside of the
turnbuckles, standing on the middle rope for a long moment just staring out in
to the crowd blankly before extending her arms to her sides in a mock crucifix
pose and the bandages once again become apparent.
Sharper: “Ok, I’m not a fan of being interrupted when I’m about to talk about
what’s next on the run sheet in front of me and I’d say something about not
expecting to see this woman tonight but I think that would be a dramatic
understatement of just how unexpected this is.”
Dawson: “You’re not kidding. For those of you who don’t know or who haven’t
been following the updates Christy Matthews got her chance to make history last
Sunday night at Retribution and she lost to David Helms as he successfully
defended the World Heavyweight Championship against her. Two days later she was
rushed to hospital. It’s been heavily reported she attempted to kill herself.”
Kayl: “Yeah well, maybe she should have succeeded. God knows the world could
use one less member of the Infamous.”
Dawson: “Oh c’mon, I know you’ve got your problems with the group, and
especially CHBK, but you cannot mean that. This young woman in the ring put her
heart and soul in to trying to win the World title and if the rumours are right
then...”
Sharper: “If the rumours are right then why is she here tonight? She’s not
medically cleared to compete, she’s got to undergo major psychological
evaluation before they’ll let her NEAR a ring again, there’s heavy doubts
she’ll be appearing on Friday Night Ammo because of this, but yet she’s
standing in the ring right now asking for a microphone.”
Christy has indeed jumped down from where she was standing on the turnbuckles
and now stands in the middle of the ring as Jason Phillips hands her the
microphone before ducking out of the ring. The former number one contender just
stands in the middle of the ring looking around at the fans as they boo before
slowly nodding her head.
Christy: “You know this is pretty much what I expected from you people. Nothing
ever changes, does it? Do you people even remember why you hate me anymore, or
do you just hate me because it’s easy to do? Do you hate me because I don’t go
on television and suck up to television presenters, or deliver heart-warming
speeches about how good I am and how much something means to me while lying
through my teeth? Let me tell you all a story...”
The fans boo louder than before and Christy lowers the microphone for a long
moment, almost accepting their hatred now and willing them to boo louder. When
they begin to quieten she lifts the microphone back up again only for the
booing to get louder and she laughs out loud.
Christy: “Very funny. Hate me all you want but you know that I’m right. Deep
down inside you in the places you try to ignore you know that I’m right and it
hurts you. It hurts you that the locker room is full of FAKES and FRAUDS. It
hurts you that the people you cheer would say anything, do anything or hurt
anyone in order to fulfil their ambitions. It hurts you that your heroes aren’t
heroes at all but pathetic, contrived and deceitful LIARS. But you don’t
believe that. Of course you don’t believe that. So let’s take a quick analysis
of your heroes, shall we? Let’s start with Greg Cherry...”
The fans cheer wildly at the mention of the new United States Champion and
Christy nods her head in agreement.
Christy: “Oh yeah, he’s one you love. He’s one you adore. But do you know what
Greg Cherry really is? Do you think Greg Cherry gives a DAMN about you? He
doesn’t. All he cares about is gold. He bet his OWN FAMILY against winning the
World Heavyweight Championship. He bet his wife he’d never see her again if he
didn’t get the job done, and he failed. You think a man like that gives a damn
about you people? You think a man like that actually means a single thing he
says when he talks about passion and love for this business? You think he even
cares about that belt on his shoulder? You people care more about that title
than him. To him it’s nothing because it’s not the big one. All he cares about
is himself. Am I different? Perhaps not, but at least
I’ve got the guts to come out here and admit it.”
The fans boo louder but Christy doesn’t stop and let them this time, she just
talks louder in to the microphone so she can still be heard.
Christy: “Then there’s the former US Champion Shilo Valiant. “Necro!! Necro!! I
love to entertain!!” BULLCRAP! This is a man who can’t even stay consistent
from day to day. This is a man who’s “Tour De Necro” was the biggest load of
crap I’ve ever seen in my life, but you people ate it up. You loved it, and
why? Because you bought in to the lies! Once again Valiant doesn’t care about
entertainment, he doesn’t care about honour or pride, all he cares about is HIMSELF but he’s too much of a coward to admit to it. So is
Tommy Valentine!”
The crowd pops for the mention of the former World Heavyweight Champion’s real
name and Christy shakes her head in disgust.
Christy: “You still cheer him? You still cheer “Mr Second Chance” himself. Then
again what the hell am I branding him with that title for, every individual
I’ve mentioned so far has held out their hands time after time after time and
BEGGED for second chances, haven’t they? Thorn though? Thorn begs for second
chances and when all is said and done he STILL fails to deliver on the big
stage. He’s your hero because he stood up to the big bad Alex Desoubrais for
being a FRAUD, being a FAKE, being a DECEITFUL COWARD but hey guess what? I was
dropping Alex Desoubrais on his head when I got my chance for just the same
reasons, but you people booed me then. You people hated me because I saw what
you couldn’t. I saw through CHBK’s lies. And I see through David Helms’ as
well.”
The fans pop for the name of the World Heavyweight Champion but immediately boo
the implication that he’s a fraud.
Christy: “Truth hurts, doesn’t it? Truth is David Helms is no different to all
the others. Truth is David Helms is a liar and a fake as well and once again he
can’t admit it. He’ll tell you that he’s “changed”, that he’s a different man
to who he used to be... but he’s not. He’s a fraud just like the others. He did
beat me at Retribution however. I gave it everything I had and I lost. Before
recently I never cared about the belt that David Helms is wearing. I never
wanted to be World Champion because I didn’t believe in the stigma around the
belt. I thought that was FAKE as well. The idea that you’re
immediately the best in the world because you win the shiny belt? Lies. But I worked harder than ANY of your heroes to get my
shot. I got through an eight-person tournament to get that opportunity and
while I did that what did your hero do? He sat on his ass doing
commentary. And where is your hero tonight? Taking it
easy. Playing it safe. You think he’s YOUR
champion? I think he’s a FRAUD. Everything about him is a lie... but everything
about me is real.”
She tucks the microphone in to her jeans for a moment and starts to rip at the
bandages on one of her wrists, finally getting a decent hold of a piece and
beginning to unwrap it. It takes several seconds of unwrapping but finally the
bandage comes off and she steps up to the camera to show the camera her wrist.
Christy: “Take a good look. You people cheer the fakes, the ones who tell you
what you want to hear, the ones who pander for your
attention with stupid little lines or lame-ass jokes but you ignore what’s
real. Last Tuesday night when I realised how close I’d come to that title and
to achieving something that nobody without a Y-chromosome had ever done before
this screw-up, this girl you despise, this scarred, broken mess you see before
you in the ring tried to kill herself. I tried to take my own life because I
didn’t see the point anymore. Now I do. I pushed your hero to his limit. I felt
the edge of Superman’s power and it only made me want to beat him more. So
that’s why I’m out here. We’re standing in the house of second-chances, right?
Everybody gets a second chance! I want one as well. Then again I’m not Greg
Cherry, I won’t get HANDED five title shots in the same year. I won’t wrestle
for the World title at THREE events in a row. I’m not Jake Starr, am I? I’m not
your little hero there. I won’t get title shot after title shot after title
shot because I came out here and DEMANDED them. And why not?”
She looks at her own wrist and runs her finger along the scars before looking
back up in to the closest camera and showing them the scars again.
Christy: “You think I don’t care? THIS IS HOW MUCH I CARE! All the fakes in the
back will tell you they deserve it the most. All the frauds and the liars will
come up with excuses why it should be theirs. I’m going to stand here right now
and tell you I don’t have a reason. I don’t have an excuse. But NOBODY wants it
more than I do. Right now they say I can’t compete. Apparently lying to
millions of people and changing your whole personality on a whim is just fine
with this company, but slitting your own wrists they frown upon. Funny
considering at least what I did was honest. David, your next challengers have
already been lined up for you. There’s always somebody else waiting in the
wings. But always know that I came out here in front of the world and called
you out. I came out in front of the world and told the truth. I’m willing to
show these people my real face and all my scars while you hide back there
covered in makeup. I’m not asking for “one on one”, I’m not Jake Starr. I’m
just asking for another shot whether it’s in a three-way, four-way or ten-way I
don’t give a damn.”
She stares blankly out at the people before looking back in to the camera with
anger on her face.
Christy: “Deny me if you want. Tell me I don’t deserve it. I’m the only REAL
thing in this company and you, these people and the frauds in makeup in the
back can’t handle the truth. Welcome to my world, welcome to my PAIN...”
She looks at the scars on her wrist again before showing them to the camera one
more time.
Christy: “Welcome to REALITY!”
She drops the microphone to the mat and extends her arms out to her sides in
the crucifix pose she struck before. The camera pans across one bandaged up
wrist to the other with the week old scars. There are actually tears in her
eyes as she drops to the mat and rolls under the bottom rope with her fiancé
following behind her. He takes her hand and they walk back up the ramp with
Christy snatching a David Helms sign off of a fan and ripping it to pieces
before throwing it back. Ebdon has to pull her away as it looks as though she’s
about to snap at the fan even more and they disappear behind the curtain.
Sharper: “Ok, I’m not sure what to say.”
Kayl: “Guess the rumours were true.”
Dawson: “I think we just saw a woman in an incredible amount of pain mentally,
and probably physically as well, lashing out at the world. She’s got a lot of
hate in her, that much is obvious. And she wants another shot. I get the
feeling she might be waiting a long time.”
Sharper: “Well she said that she’s not even cleared to compete right now. It’s
obvious that psychologically she’s a mess. Still it had to take a lot of guts
to come out here and do that. Hopefully she’ll be back in the ring soon.”
Kayl: “If she’s really not cleared then what happens to her match on Ammo?
Somebody needs to figure that one out.”
The cameras focus on the
curtains for a few moments before the scene fades to black.
COMMERCIAL:
The scene opens up backstage
and in the Infamous locker room as we see Christy Matthews walking into the
room with Pete Ebdon following her. CHBK just looks at them and slow-claps as
Syren just looks at CHBK shocked and Lucas just glares at him.
CHBK: “So, you feel better
now?”
Christy just ignores CHBK and
walks past and Ebdon looks at CHBK.
Ebdon: “What’s wrong with
you?”
CHBK: “Easy. This is
wrestling. You win some. You lose some. If you’re going to overreact like that,
you’re a weakness.”
Christy: “Screw you.”
CHBK: “Then prove me wrong. Do you know how many times ALL of us in this room have had that big
match and not won. Sure, Lucas and I have won a title. Sure, Ravyn and
Syren have won a title. But you were far from the end...maybe this just isn’t
the business you should be in. Or maybe you should go find a place like a
Majestic again and the pressure won’t be so much. You wanted the
notoriety.....”
Ebdon: “I should just hit you
where you stand.”
CHBK: “You know I’m not
wrong.”
Ravyn: “Perhaps we just need
to relax. Sure, I agree what Christy did was foolish-“
Lucas: “Foolish?”
Ravyn: “I didn’t stutter.”
Lucas just walks over and
Syren then jumps up.
Syren: “Stop! We don’t need
this. This is the last thing we all need. We need to focus on what we want to
do. Ravyn and I need to focus on our match tonight. Lucas, you need to focus on
getting back to the World Championship.”
Christy: “What about me, Zoe?”
CHBK: “Go back to the hotel
and think.”
Ebdon: “Alex...”
Ravyn just sighs.
Ravyn: “Zoe is right. Add that
we’ve already lost Lohan who hasn’t been heard from since her loss.”
CHBK: “Good riddance. Another weakness.”
Christy: “Okay! I get it. I
screwed up!”
CHBK: “Exactly! All I’m asking
is for you to show you DESERVE what you’ve been given.”
Ebdon: “Christy...Alex....”
CHBK just turns and shakes his
head as he then walks out of the room. Ravyn just watches before going to
follow CHBK. Syren looks a bit confused before just sitting back down. Lucas
and Ebdon look at each other as Christy just shakes her head and walks over to
her bags as we go back to ringside.
Kayl: “Does he care about
ANYONE but himself?”
Dawson: “I don’t know, but
wow...Infamous having a bit of a rift there.”
Orlando Cruze vs. Ace Marshall vs.
Andrew Samuel Pugh
Sharper: “Well, coming up
right now folks we’ve got a triple-threat for you pitting the newcomer on a
roll, Shaun Cruze, up against two men looking to stake a claim to their spots
on the SCW roster, Ace Marshall and the returning Andrew Samuel Pugh.”
Dawson: “ASP has been out a while with an injured ankle, this is probably not
the kind of match he needed to ease his way back in to in-ring competition.
Rumour has it he was training in Japan up until a few weeks ago getting ready
for this comeback.”
Kayl: “Damn, poor Japanese people. They finally get rid of ASP and then they’re
country gets half destroyed. They can’t catch a break.”
A very quick clip appears with a countdown starting from three starts on the
screens, flashing between blue and green numbered cards before a very large and
loud golden pyro goes off center stage and "Wanted Man" by Rev Theory
begins playing. Ace Marshall steps out from the pyro with his arms extended out
while twirling to a hateful audience. The crowd begins booing loudly as Ace
makes machine gun shots with his hands before casually walking down the ramp as
his theme begins to pick up. Reaching the bottom of the ramp he takes a quick
step forward before leaping up onto the apron Ace leaps over the top rope and
lands in the ring where he stops in the center and drops to one knee. He raises
both arms up with his thumbs extended out pointing to himself, taunting the
crowd before each turnbuckle one at a time but in quick progression goes off
with more pyro. Each one goes off five times in succession and in order. After
the last one Ace jumps up to his feet and cracks his neck before turning toward
the stage ready for the match.
Sharper: “Ace is still looking to really bring himself up alongside his
partners and he looks ready to go tonight. His ‘mentor’ Chad Evans and Katelyn
Buehler of course won the World Tag Team Championships at Retribution, James
Evans is a former Adrenaline Champion and has pinned the World Champion, Ace is
probably feeling left out.”
Dawson: “He is left out. He thinks he’s a babe-magnet and if he’s in
professional wrestling only for the chicks then he’s
lucked out but if he actually wants to make money or have any semblance of a
decent career he’s definitely not on the right path right now.”
Kayl: “He needs to take some life lessons from Charlie Sheen since I don’t
think Ace Marshall really knows what WINNING is all about.”
The video screen cranks into life, the opening rifts of ‘You know my name’
hitting over the sound system. The fans get to their feet in a huge wave of
noise, from the tops of the arena all the way down to ringside
If you take a life
do you know what you'll give?
Odds are you won't like what it Is.
When the storm arrives
would you be seen with me?
By the merciless eyes I've deceived
I've seen angels fall from blinding heights
But you yourself are nothing so divine
Just next in line
Shaun appears at the top of the ramp, and looks out over the crowd, lifting his
hands and clapping those that cheer for him at the tops of their voices. Pyro
explodes from the ramp to the roof tops, the noise almost taking the ceiling
off the place. He points at his tee shirt which states NOW 100% SCW, which gets
another major pop from the crowd
Arm yourself because no one else here will save you
The odds will betray you
And I will replace you
You can't deny the prize it may never fulfil you
It longs to kill you
Are you willing to die?
The coldest blood runs through my veins
you know my name
He nods his head, and begins the walk down the ramp way, high fiving the
appreciative fans at ringside and signing a few autographs as the noise never
quietens
If you come inside
Things will not be the same
When you return to my eyes
And if you think you've won
You never saw me change
The game that we have been playing
I've seen diamonds cut through harder men
Then you yourself but if you must pretend
You may meet your end
He slides under the bottom rope and into the ring, spinning around and then
stopping in the centre, raising his arms aloft and pointing at the ceiling as
pyro now explodes from the turnbuckles
Arm yourself because no one else here will save you
The odds will betray you
And I will replace you
You can't deny the prize it may never fulfill you
It longs to kill you
Are you willing to die?
The coldest blood runs through my veins
Try to hide your hand
Forget how to feel (forget how to feel)
Life is gone
With just a spin of the wheel (spin of the wheel)
He walks to the first turnbuckle and climbs it, lifting one first in the air,
before then smashing it into his chest. He jumps down and goes to a second
turnbuckle, repeating the movement.
Arm yourself because no one else here will save you
The odds will betray you
And I will replace you
You can't deny the prize it may never fulfill you
It longs to kill you
Are you willing to die?
The coldest blood runs through my veins
You know my name (You Know My Name)
After climbing a third and then the forth, he stands there on the second rope
for a while, before bouncing on the strand and back flipping into the middle of
the ring, and stands there, smile on his face, looking out at the sea of faces
that chant his name
You Know My Name (You Know My Name)
You Know My Name
You Know My Name
You Know My Name
As his music end he shakes the hand of the referee, his eyes now finally
meeting those of Ace Marshall.
Dawson: “You want to talk about ‘winning’ Donovan, right now standing in the
ring we’ve got a man who knows what ‘winning’ is all about. Shaun Cruze on a
hell of a roll since joining SCW a few weeks ago, of course he got his revenge
on Sunday against Anthony Wallace after that unprovoked attack by Wallace.”
Kayl: “No doubt, Cruze is showing massive potential but goddamn, that had to be
one of the longest entrances in the company. Seriously I think some of the fans
who got up to go to the bathroom when Marshall’s music hit had time to buy
popcorn on the way back to their seats.”
All of the lights (all of the lights)
The arena flash red, blue, green and yellow strobe lights as ASP's music blast
through the PA system.
Turn up the lights in here baby
extra bright, I want y'all to see this
turn up the lights in here, baby
you know what I need
want you to see everything
Want you to see all of the lights
ASP soon emerges from the curtains and walks on to the ramp, receiving decent
heel heat from the fans. ASP is sporting a black vest with the red bold letters
ASP on the back and a pair of sunglasses.
Fast cars, shooting stars
(all of the lights, all of the lights)
Until it's Vegas everywhere we are
(all of the lights, all of the lights)
If you want it you can get it for the rest of your life
If you want it you can get it for the rest of your life
He slowly stares at the crowd before raising his arms. He takes his time walking
down the ramp, seeming in no rush. ASP is also sporting a focused expression on
his face while walking to the apron. He stops close to the ring, then began walking to the right side. He makes his way to
the announcer's table and gets on top and taunts the crowd, receiving more
jeers. He quickly jumps off and climbs on to the apron and then climbs to the
top of the turnbuckle. The fans jeer as ASP descends the turnbuckle and stares
at the crowd before throwing his arms up. ASP soon runs through rope by rope,
warming up for this match. He then takes off his shirt and gives and throws it
outside before walking to a nearby corner. The referee calls for the bell and
as ASP is about to sit in the corner when Marshall comes charging at him and
ASP ducks the attempted corner clothesline, turning to Marshall and firing off
forearm shots, knocking him in to the corner. He goes for a big shot and
Marshall ducks it, spinning him around and beginning to unload with right hands
before Cruze grabs him from behind, pulling him out of the corner and striking
him with a massive forearm shot that sends him staggering back toward ASP. ASP
gets both feet up in the corner and kicks Marshall in the face sending him back
toward Cruze. Cruze nails him with another forearm shot which sends him
staggering back to ASP who nails him with one of his own, continuing the
ping-pong on Marshall between the two of them. Marshall staggers
back toward Cruze who picks him up and drops him hard across his knee with a
backbreaker.
Dawson: “And Ace Marshall’s attempt at a cheapshot to start this match has
backfired in THE WORST possible way. Marshall taking shot after shot to the
head before being dropped down hard across his back.”
Sharper: “I think right now for Marshall it could be a case of trying too hard.
He’s being outshone by his teammates, he’s trying to get back on a level
playfield with them and it cost him right there in the worst possible way.”
Marshall rolls out of the ring holding his back in pain and says something to
the camera about it not being fair, demanding that the referee give him a
timeout so that he can recover. We switch back to the ring where we see Shaun
Cruze taking ASP down with an armdrag. ASP struggles back up but Cruze holds on
to the arm rather than releasing and the moment that ASP is up Cruze whips him
back down again hard. ASP grabs his back with his free arm but Cruze continues
to hold the arm, pulling him up again and going for third armdrag takedown but
ASP blocks this one, landing on his feet as he’s whipped over before quickly
using the grip Cruze has on him against him and kicking him in the gut,
dropping to his back and using the grip on the arm to pull Cruze down where he
manages to get a unique attempt at a small package on him...
Kayl: “Whoa, ASP actually with a nice counter and the first fall of the match.”
Dawson: “You seem surprised...”
Kayl: “Well yeah, it is Andrew Samuel Pugh right? He’s not exactly well known
for doing things right around here. Remember Generation Supreme?”

Marshall rolls back in to the ring and kicks ASP in the head to break up the
three. He nails Cruze in the back with a kick before going after ASP, hammering
away with right hands until ASP blocks one and fires back with one of his own.
Marshall blocks the second though, raking ASP’s eyes. The referee berates him
but Marshall ignores him entirely, pushing him in to the ropes and whipping him
across the ring before running the opposite ropes himself and rebounding with a
massive double-knee strike to ASP that sends him down to the mat. ASP is quick
back to his feet and Marshall grabs him, going for a back suplex but ASP floats
over and lands on his feet. He grabs Marshall and lifts him up for a suplex of
his own from behind but Cruze re-enters the fight and Marshall grabs him with
both legs around the head, preventing the suplex from Cruze and then rolling to
the side, snapping off a modified head scissors on Cruze and a modified
headlock takedown on ASP. He leaps back to his feet and takes a bow for the
crowd as they boo him.
Sharper: “Impressive counter by Marshall but he doesn’t need to be cocky at
this stage, he needs to keep focused on the match in front of him. No doubt
he’s looking for the big chances, the big opportunities but if he wants them he
needs to start putting some wins together.”
Dawson: “Consistency has been Marshall’s biggest problem in SCW. He’s got the
talent without doubt, and he’s got the ability, and when he’s really on a roll
he can be massive entertaining, but he can’t seem to keep that going for more
than a few weeks before something lets him down.”
Kayl: “Probably doesn’t help he’s aligned with Katelyn Buehler as well, I’d be
distracted as well if I had that thing in my locker room every week.”
Marshall has confidence flowing through him as both ASP and Cruze get back to
their feet and Marshall runs the ropes, attempting a crossbody on both men but
they catch him and throw him overhead and all the way through the ropes to the
outside with a fall away slam. Marshall hits the padding on the outside with a
nasty thud and grabs his back and side in agony, rolling about on the floor as
ASP gets back to his feet and looks down proudly, only to turn and have Cruze nail him with a running ax-handle. The fans cheer as Cruze
attempts to follow up but ASP counters with a shot that’s suspiciously low. The
referee claims it was above the belt but Cruze is in major pain and ASP follows
up, drilling him with straight right hands against the ropes before whipping
him to the opposite side and ducking down. Cruze leap frogs over him on his
rebound before stopping and leaping up, dropkicking him
from behind and sending ASP face first to the mat.
Dawson: “Ouch! That shot was apparently legal, or at least the referee thought
it was. I guess that’s one of the problems with being a referee, you only have
a fraction of a second to make a decision with things like that but I think
that was about as low as a blow can be without technically being an outright
groin punch.”
Sharper: “Referee thought it was legal, ASP tried to take advantage but Cruze
too good, too talented to let that happen. This young man is making a major
impact since coming in from IWC, if he can keep building the kind of momentum
he has been the sky is the limit.”
Cruze pulls ASP back to his feet and snaps off a neckbreaker before floating in
to a cover. Before the referee can even drop to make the count however Marshall
is back in with a running kick to the side of Cruze’s skull, rocking him and
knocking him off of ASP. Marshall pulls ASP to his feet and drives him back to
the corner but ASP begs him off, first pointing at himself and then at Marshall
before looking over at Cruze. The fans boo wildly as Marshall understands what
he means and nods his head in agreement. Both men approach Cruze who’s still
holding his head after the kick and pull him to his feet. Marshall drives him
chest first hard in to the turnbuckles and ASP follows in with a kick to the
back. Marshall quickly joins in and both men begin kicking the hell out of
Cruze in the corner.
Kayl: “I swear to god ASP just had his first smart idea ever. Pity it’s taken
him this long in his SCW career to come up with it, but better late than never
as they say. Who knows, maybe the ankle injury and time away was what this kid
needed.”
Sharper: “I’m not sure about the honour involved in this ‘idea’ to double-team
the hell out of Cruze but it makes sense, neither man is exactly happy that
Shaun Cruze has come in and both men are fighting for their spots on the
roster. They’re actually united in that neither of them want
Cruze to overtake them.”
ASP tells Marshall to pull him out of the corner which Marshall does only for
ASP to grab him and slam him straight back in, back first this time, before
beginning to kick the hell out of him again. He barks another order at Marshall
who scoffs before doing as ASP requested and putting his foot straight across
the throat of Cruze. The referee starts to count out the choke hold as ASP gets
some free shots in, but Marshall breaks it at four. ASP then orders Marshall to
hold him in place as he walks across the ring and starts clapping his hands.
Rather than getting in to it the fans boo even louder than before. ASP ignores
them however before charging across the ring, only to run straight in to a
discus lariat from Marshall who almost decapitates the charging ASP. The fans
actually cheer before Marshall flips them off and they immediately return to
booing.
Dawson: “Ouch! ASP with one smart idea, you’re right about that, but when he
started ordering Marshall around I don’t think the Smoking Ace took too kindly
to it and ASP paid big time.”
Kayl: “He’s used to being a leader I guess but Ace Marshall isn’t Dylan Cole
and the days of Generation Supreme are long, long behind him, I think ASP needs
to get used to the fact that he’s now the boss of absolutely nobody.”
With ASP down Marshall ties up his legs and locks in a
submission hold, bridging out and grabbing ASP’s head as well causing ASP to
cry out in pain and frantically reach for the ropes. Marshall screams at him to
tap out but ASP refuses. Marshall breaks the bridge but not the leg tie-up and
repositions himself, perhaps going for another submission move but Cruze comes
in out of nowhere with a kick to the gut before drilling him with an STO,
driving the back of his head down against the mat while his legs are still tied
up with ASPs. ASP cries out in pain again and rolls out of the way, holding his
legs as Cruze gets back to his feet to a pop from the crowd. Cruze runs the
ropes before nailing a Lionsault on the prone Ace Marshall, hooking the leg for
the pin.
1...
2...
Sharper: “And ASP struggling to make the save to prevent Ace Marshall from
being pinned.”
ASP grabs Cruze and tries to whip him to the corner but Cruze blocks it,
leaping up on to the middle rope and spinning around in midair before catching
an on-rushing ASP with a sick kick to the head. The crowd pops for the move as
Cruze rolls to his feet, still favouring his back a little after the assault
earlier. Marshall is back up and Cruze drills him with a running mule kick
before pulling him back to his feet and suplexing him down to the mat, holding
on to the grip and pulling him up in a front facelock. He hammers a knee
straight to Marshall’s face and ASP comes at him with a running clothesline
attempt that Cruze ducks, grabbing ASP from behind and dropping him with a
neckbreaker and Marshall with a DDT. The fans pop
wildly once again. Cruze pulls ASP to his feet and whips him to the ropes, then
pulls Marshall up and whips him over there as well. He backs in to the corner
before sprinting across and going for a running Yakuza style kick to both men
but Marshall sees it coming and moves out of the way, leaving ASP to get the
brunt of the kick straight to the face. Marshall quickly grabs Cruze and rolls
him up...
1...
2...
Dawson: “And Cruze able to kick out.”
Kayl: “Good GOD did you see that kick? That was meant for both men, and
especially for Ace Marshall, but Marshall moves out of the way and I think ASP
may be out injured again needing dental surgery! He had to lose some teeth
right there.”
ASP is doubled over in the corner in agony as Marshall pulls Cruze to his feet
and attempts a German suplex but Cruze blocks it, spinning Marshall around and
trying for one of his own. Marshall blocks it this time and performs another
standing switch, rolling Cruze up from behind.
Sharper: “Another attempted pin, they’re coming thick and fast now!”
1...

Cruze kicks out sending Marshall off of him and Marshall goes head first in to
the groin of ASP in the corner. It’s entirely an accident and there’s nothing
the referee can do about it. The fans laugh and cheer as ASP drops to his knees
in absolute agony, rolling under the bottom rope and collapsing to the mat on
the outside holding his groin and his jaw. Marshall gets back to his feet, his
head likely connecting with the turnbuckle as well as ASP’s groin from his
grogginess. He turns straight in to a kick from Cruze, followed up by a series
of kicks from Cruze that drop Marshall to one knee. Cruze finishes the combo of
kicks by running the ropes and nailing a shining wizard, knocking Marshall out
in the middle of the ring. He sees his chance and grabs Marshall by the arm and
leg, dragging him to the corner before going up top. He positions himself before
leaping off and nailing a reverse 450 splash from the top rope.
Dawson: “DECIMATION CONNECTS!! And that’s EXACTLY what it was for Ace
Marshall!”
Sharper: “ASP on the outside but I don’t think there’s any way he’s going to
break up the pin...”

3!!
“You Know My Name” by Chris Cornell hits the PA system as Shaun Cruze gets to
his feet to have his arm raised in victory. ASP is still down on the outside
holding his face and groin and Marshall just lays in the corner completely out
of it as Cruze climbs the turnbuckles, soaking in the applause from the fans
before jumping over the ropes and heading to the back.
Sharper: “And another very impressive showing by Shaun Cruze. Credit to Andrew Samuel Pugh though, he gave a good showing in this
one and if not that for that very unfortunate low blow he might have had more
success.”
Dawson: “Very unfortunate is right, he got Marshall’s head full steam in to his
groin, that’d be enough to keep anybody down for a long time and Shaun Cruze
was quick to take advantage and continue his hot streak.”
Kayl: “I’m not sure whether ASP should be happy or upset to be single, he’s
definitely not getting any tonight after that shot but he could probably use
somebody right about now to help take care of him. That seriously had to hurt,
I felt that out here.”
Breakdown cuts backstage as we
see Dillusion and Hallucigen looking around. Wallace then bursts into the
Rejected locker room and we see a couple of officials in there too. They
immediately go over to him.
Wallace: “Where the hell is
Nicole?”
Hallucigen: “Well...not here.”
Wallace: “Don’t start. Where
is she? Dillusion?”
Dillusion: “Saber...”
Wallace turns away and turns
before grabbing a lamp in the room and throwing it into the wall.
Wallace: “Son of a bitch....Son
of a BITCH!”
Dillusion: “We’ll find
her.....”
Dillusion just turns and then
looks around as the camera turns to show a note that just has a clown face
written on a card and a bag of gummy bears ripped out. The camera focuses on
them before the sound of a door slamming is heard and the scene fades to black.
COMMERCIAL:
Masquerade vs. Travis Green
The guitar riffs bring the
fans to their feet. The big screen shows several masks flying around before
crashing into one another and making the word, Masquerade. We then see the man
himself standing there posing. The camera does 360 around him while he looks up
with his arms out slightly, palms turned out. his
hands holding several different masks. The name he bears goes around him in the
back ground, and suddenly there is a flash followed by clips of Masquerade
beating people up in the ring and him laughing and in gothic background while
he tries on different masks, still laughing out loud. These shots get faster as
the music picks up. When the vocals start it goes back to utter black out and
then the name ‘Masquerade’ flashes like a pulse.
We got the fire
Whose got the matches?
Take a look around at the sea of masks.
Come one Come all
Welcome to the grand ball
Where the strong run for cover and the weak stand tall.
The big screen shows more model like slow motion shots
of the good looking yet deranged stranger as well as several clips of Karnivale
celebrating with titles and victories. From the ramp, a pedestal opens and
rising slowly as if in slow motion, with the wind blowing in his face, is
Masquerade. His back is to the audience and his arms are out at different
angles, holding several different masks. Behind him we see the fireworks go off
showing an actual arrangement pattern in the shape of a mask. THe fans,
meanwhile, hold up their own masks. Masquerade holds his head down slightly
while the wind blows. His vest is undone so the camera picks up his build quite
easily. As he poses for the camera, he waits till he hears...
Welcome to the Masquerade
He turns slowly one eighty for the audience, before tossing his masks aside.
They cause a few cool explosions when they land. Masquerade then walks down the
ramp, waiting a second before running and sliding into the ring. He lies on his
back and puts his hands up and lowers them over his face to take off his last
mask as the vocals go 'I'm not afraid... I'm ashamed... I'm not ok... Welcome
to the Masquerade!'
Masquerade kips up and slowly takes off his trenchcoat, tossing it out of the
ring, and lets his vest fall a bit so he can show off. He then does it up and
goes to rest on the turnbuckle, his legs up. While he waits for his opponent to
enter the ring, he takes his mask and tosses it out to a lucky fan in the
audience.
Welcome to the Masquerade...
The music cuts and the fans roar!
Dawson: The Full Metal Maverick, Coming off a win
against Simon Kalis at Retribution. Giving the fans another
installment in the Tour de Mask.
Kayl: Don't you mean Tour De Nerco?
Dawson: No, granted they're very close. And coming from
different members of one tag team. But rest assured,
they are two entirely different things.
Kayl: Not to mention that it's possible that The Tour De Nerco was stopped by
Greg Cherry.
Sharper: Regardless, Masquerade is facing a man that was also successful at
Retribution's preshow.
The lights around the arena dim, save for the electric
white pattern flashing around on the entrance display. The little bolt of
lightning begins to glow brighter in size with the steady beat of an EKG machine.
It thumps four times before a melodic voice comes across the PA system through
out the arena.
I'm About To Lose My Mind,
You've Been Gone For So Long,
I'm Runnin Out of Time,
I Need A Doctor,
Call Me A Doctor,
I Need a Doctor, Doctor, To Bring Me Back To Life...
The heart rate drops to flat line as the lights on the stage die down. Suddenly
the spot lights on either side of the stage flash to full brightness as they
turn upwards from the ground, shining their radiance on the entire arena as
they reach the roof, then begin to circle through the arena in an obvious
circular pattern and as they do the figure appears from the curtain, back
turned to the fans as he quickly back peddles to the edge of the stage where
the ramp to the ring begins.
Told The World One Day I Would Pay It Back
Say It On Tape, And Lay It, Record It
So That One Day I Could Play It Back
But I Don’t Even Know If I Believe It When I’m Saying That
Y'all Starting To Creep In, Everyday Its So Gray And Black
Hope, I Just Need A Ray Of That
Cause No One See’s My Vision When I Play It For ‘em
They Just Say Its Wack
They Don’t Know What Dope Is
And I Don’t Know If I Was Awake Or Asleep
When I Wrote This,
All I Know Is You Came To Me When I Was At My Lowest
You Picked Me Up, Breathing Life In Me
Travis turns around, looking at the crowd about three lines into the first
chorus. He glances at the fans, his happy go lucky expressions of old replaced
with a hardened look of determination laced with a drug
incurred frenzy. He slowly paces down the ramp, stopping half way down to raise
an arm in a fist as pyro explodes from the sides raining sparks down while
Travis poses.
I Owe My Life To You
Before The Life Of Me, I Don't See Why You Don't see Like I Do
But It Just Dawned On Me You Lost A Son
See This Light In You, It’s Dark.
Let Me Turn On The Lights And Brighten Me And Enlighten You
I Don't Think You Realize What You Mean To Me
Not The Slightest Clue
Cause Me And You Were Like A Crew
I Was Like Your Sidekick
You Gon Either Wanna Fight Me When I Get Off This Fucking Mic
Or You Gon Hug Me
But I’m Not An Option, There's Nothing Else I Can Do Cause…
Travis lowers his arm and briskly walks to the ring, taking his time to walk up
the steps rather than slide in as he used to. He steps in between the ropes,
taking his time to reach the corner across from him. He glances over his
shoulder towards the entrance before climbing to the second rope, holding his
fist in the air again as he did on the ramp.
I'm About To Lose My Mind
You’ve Been Gone For So Long
I’m Running Out Of Time
I Need A Doctor
Call Me A Doctor
I Need A Doctor, Doctor
To Bring Me Back To Life
Travis steps down from the turnbuckle, turning and using the ropes to stretch
as his music dies down and the lights return to normal.
Kayl: Here comes the Doctor, Travis Green.
Sharper: During the Pre Show for Retribution, he proved that having a good
defense is just as good as an offense. This will be a battle of conflicting
styles.
The two men circle each other before engaging in a tie up. Travis gets the
inital upperhand contorting The Stranger in abdominal
stretch, it seemingly does even faze him. Green torques and adds more pressure
to the hold. Masquerade cackles in laughter, frusrating Green, who shifts the
hold into a suplex, Masquerade hits the mat hard, Green puts his feet around
The One Man Trill Ride's head and drops to the mat himself, bringing up
Masquerade to his feet. Green twists and completes a roll over head scissors
that throws Masquerade back to the mat. Doc rolls him over and goes for the
cover.
One..
Tw-
Not even a two count as Masquerade shoots his shoulder up. Green gets up and
grabs an arm, twisting Masquerade, flipping him over to face down on the mat.
Green working the arm into a wrench, forcing his opponent to his feet. Pulling Masquerade to the turnbuckle, Green climbing to the top and
jumping off. Green's body twists around Masquerade and finishing the
aerial assualt with an arm drag that puts Masquerade back onto the mat.
Dawson: Green showing some great offensive moves. Hard to say
if Masquerade can even get any momentum back into his favor at all.
Kayl: The One Man Thrill Ride is being taken for a ride instead.
Sharper: Masquerade has proven on more than one occasion that he can take a
beating.
Green gives Masquerade a couple of stomps to the back while Masquerade is still
down. Green heads back towards the turnbuckle, stomping Masquerade two more
times before completing the journey to the corner. Travis
asscends the ropes all the way to the top. Playing up
the crowd, which gains a fair positive reaction.
Sharper: Is he going for a Steam Roller here?
Kayl: It's too early for that. He needs to wear down Masquerade more if he
wants to try something that risky.
Dawson: These high moves can either make or break a match. Certainly Green
knows what he's doing.
The Doc leaps off, twisting his body in a corkscrew fashion while flipping like
a Senton Bomb. Green's body collides with Masquerade and the crowd gives a
louder cheer. Green pushes Masquerade on his back and goes for the cover.
One..
Two..
Th.
Dawson: A Corkscrew Senton?!! Isn't that a Steam Roller?
Kayl: Nope, not quite.
Masquerade kicks out. Green's face is red with frustration as he grabs ahold of
Masquerade's leg and flips him back over, working in a single leg crab,
torquing the leg up as much as he can. The ref is checking Masquerade if he
wants to quit the match. Masquerade isn't quiting, crawling his way towards the
ropes. Elbow over elbow, inching his way over, reaching his arm out.
Kayl: Not exactly the smartest thing for Green to be doing. Masquerade rarely
taps out.
Sharper: I disagree, Masquerade might not tap out, but there's still damage
being done. And the more Green wears him, the easier it would be to finish this
match in his favor.
Masquerade pushes himself harder and crawls within reach of the ropes. He grabs
them while Green was unaware. The ref demands for the release of the hold.
Dawson: Masquerade refuses to give in and gets to the ropes.
Green releases the hold. Pacing around the ring in a wide
circle, appearing like he's trying to set up either the Roaring Knee or Elbow.
Masquerade is pulling himself up to his feet. Green makes his
charge, leaping at Masquerade, and nailing him with the Roaring Elbow right
across the jaw. Masquerade goes down, Green's follow through keeps him
going and stopping on the ropes. Green uses them to continue the assualt with a
slingshot splash. Making another cover on Masquerade.

Masquerade refuses to give up and gets his shoulder up to break up the pinfall.
Green tries again for another pin cover.
One..
Masquerade gets his foot up on the ropes. Green pulls Masquerade from the ropes
and moves quickly to the corner and climbs up once again. From the top of the
ropes, Green gives a cut throat taunt to the crowd, building more energy from
their cheers, Doc goes for the Steam Roller, adding more of a twist, trying for
a 720 degree rotation vice the normal 630. Masquerade rolls out of the way and
Green lands face first on the mat. The crowd makes a loud "Ouuww"
sound, sympathizing the pain Green must be feeling.
Kayl: High risk moves, oh do they hurt.
Green and Masquerade work theirselves up to their feet. Green
looking groggy. Masquerade and Green tie up with each other. Both are
trying to get in the leverage, Masquerade wins out with an Irish whip to the
turnbuckle, and running behind Green. Not giving Green any recovering time,
just enough to turn around as Masquerade starts to unload with lightning fast
punches, hitting Green in the face, chest and mid section. After the flurry
Masquerade finishes this attack with a backflip kick to the head, knocking
Green to a sitting position in the corner, stunned. The Stranger backs up and
slams Green's face with a gun packet drop kick.
Dawson: Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire!
The crowd's energy is built up, Masquerade grabs Green's head and pulls him in
a reverse DDT position, Masquerade climbs up to the 2nd rope, jumping over
Green, and plants him with an odd variant of a reverse DDT. Masquerade goes for
a pin cover.
One..

Just a two count as Travis goes into a wrestler's bridge, getting both of his
shoulders off the mat. Masquerade pushes himself off from Green. Green turns
himself over from the bridge and gets himself to one knee. Masquerade tries to
him with a hard grizzly clothesline but Green rolls out of the way and is back
on his feet, running and rebounding off the ropes.
Masquerade heads in the opposite direction, and the two men charge at each
other, Green ducks under another clothesline from Masquerade. They hit the
ropes again and meet paths again. Masquerade gets the drop on Green with a
running tornade DDT. Masquerade climbs over Green and starts to punch his face
over and over again. The fifth punch busts Green open, and blood starts to flow
over his eyes and face. Masquerade gets himself to his feet as Green tries to
get the blood out from his eyes.
Sharper: Green is busted wide open.
Dawson: He's wearing the Crimson Mask!
Masquerade climbs the turnbuckle to the top and leaps for a 450 Splash, Green
rolls out of the way, and Masquerade lands, jamming his knees with the mat.
Kayl: I think the Full Metal Maverick might have injured himself on that
landing.
Sharper: Can he finish this match?
Masquerade fighting through
the pain of the missing splash, getting himself to his feet, Green stumbling up
to his feet, still wiping the blood from his face. Green shakes his head and
charges at Masquerade, going for another Roaring Elbow, Masquerade ducks under
the elbow, turning around. Green is unaware of not connecting and Masquerade
grabs Green from behind, putting him into a reverse DDT once again. Masquerade
drops Travis' back onto his knee, then applies the full Tour De Mask, wrenching
on the neck as the leg scissors are applied.
Dawson: Tour De Mask.
Kayl: Isn't that what he is calling his current run of matches?
Sharper: That sleeper, that's the Tour De Mask. Can Green outlast the pain and
escape?
Green struggles with hold. Blood flowing over his eyes and nose.
Gasping, trying to land a couple of strikes against The Strange One. Green is
unresponsive to the ref. The ref with little choice raises the arm of Green.

Three.
The bell rings as "Welcome to the Masquerade" hits the PA system.
Masquerade releases the hold and the crowd cheers. Masquerade rolls out of the
ring while Green slowly stirs from the submission hold.
Dawson: Try as he might, Doc Green was just not successful tonight.
Sharper: He had a great showing but came short, The
One Man Thrill Ride found an opening and took this match to an end.
Dawson: Masquerade bided his time perfectly.
Kayl: Guess the Tour De Mask is continuing tonight.
Masquerade then starts to come
up to his feet. He then looks around. He then turns and asks for a microphone.
He slowly catches his breath as he walks over to the ropes and Jason Phillips
hands him the microphone. Masquerade takes it before turning and looking over
to the entrance way.
Masquerade: “Oh Sasha! You
didn’t forget about the other crazy cat from Karnivale, did you? I mean you
gave Shilo such a nice gift, AND near his birthday, I figured I gotta be next
on the Christmas card list!”
Masquerade just smiles as he
walks over towards the ropes nearest the entrance way.
Masquerade: “No...nothing....well, then just listen. Since it seems that Shilo
is going to get his chance to make things right on the second night of Riding
the Lightning....I realized that maybe...just maybe Greg Cherry won’t win. Now,
I don’t know about you, but that US Championship may get really lonely not
having people chasing after it after Shilo has had half the roster trying to
take him out. But if you need someone to, you know...help Greg Cherry cope with
a loss....perhaps putting a certain title on the line....I’d be happy....Happy
to take him to the Masquerade!”
The crowd roars a bit as
Masquerade just smirks.
Sharper: “Masquerade took on
Kalis after Shilo did, is he doing the same with Greg?”
Dawson: “Or maybe he’s looking
at the rankings. He’s right behind Greg and Shilo in the World Championship
rankings. He may be seeing his chance on the horizon!”
Kayl: “But he may not see
this! Look out!”
Just then, Travis Green,
bloodied and a bit dazed, gets up behind Masquerade and jumps up and boots him
in the back of the head. Masquerade drops and Green rolls over and looks at
him. He then smiles before dropping down and rolling to the floor. He starts to
back away as Masquerade starts to get up.
Sharper: “That young man has a
lot of rage. But he took a fight to Masquerade and we’ll be seeing plenty from
him.”
Dawson: “Yeah, but what about Masquerade...Green may have just given him a notice that he’s
not done with him.”
The scene opens up backstage
and we see Saber at the end of a hallway, with the cameraman at the opposite
end, only barely being able to make out the two figures. Saber can be seen
trying to drag Ducky off with his arm around her throat, but Ducky bites him.
Saber then turns and grabs her by the throat with his hand and pushes her
against the wall. We then heard maniacal laughing before Saber just looks
Ducky. Ducky then leans forward and licks Saber in the face.
Ducky:
“Hooohhahaaaaahoooohaheeeha!”
Saber: “Crazy bitch...”
Saber then back hands her only
for Ducky to fall to her knees. She then turns and reaches up and grabs Saber
by the throat.
Ducky: “You son of a bitch!
You want to take on me! You don’t know the first thing about crazy!”
Ducky then goes to keep
pushing him back, but Saber kicks her in the ribs before turning and throwing
her down to the floor. We then see Anthony Wallace and a couple of officials
run past the camera before we see Saber grabbing Ducky and lifting her up and
then noticing Wallace before we see Dillusion running behind the group,
Hallucigen right after him. Ducky throws her back into the wall and she hits
hard before just sliding down. Saber turns and runs off as officials
immediately go over to Ducky and then we see Wallace go over to her. The
cameraman starts to run towards the group as well, causing a very shaky
picture. Dillusion stops just watching him run off as Ducky can be then see
just crying, bawling almost.
Wallace: “Shhh....it’s okay, doll. It’s okay....”
Dillusion just glares at Saber
as Wallace looks up to Dillusion.
Wallace: “You need to end this
Dillusion.....or else I will.”
Dillusion turns back to
Wallace and just smirks.
Dillusion: “With pleasure.”
Dillusion just continues to
watch the hallway as the camera turns to see no one there. The officials
continue to check on Ducky, as does Wallace as the scene fades to black.

Shawn Winters
vs. Hallucigen
“You’re Gonna Go Far, Kid”
plays throughout the arena as the crowd starts to come to their feet cheering.
A few moments pass and the SCW Underground Champion walks out from the back and
spins around before holding up the SCW Underground Championship. He then looks
out and nods before starting to walk down to the ring. He makes his way down
and slides in before hopping up and throwing the title into the air and jumping
up. He then looks around and nods before turning and placing the title under
his corner.
Sharper: “Hallucigen managing
to get past Brittany Lohan at Retribution. Despite Lohan being the favourite,
Hallucigen went against the odds.”
Kayl: “Drove her, using his
knees, through a glass table. Talk about making an impact.”
The crowd is silent as the
sound of a woman climaxing is heard "OH OH SHHAAAWWWNN!" "I'm So Paid" by Akon follows.
"I get in 'til the sun
rise
Goin' 90 in a 65
Windows rolled down screamin'
"Ah!"
Hey-ey-ey, I'm so paid"
The crowd gives off a mixed
reaction as Shawn Winters walks out from behind the curtain. Charlie Laurio can
be seen looking completely shocked and saddened, fake crying as Shawn Winters
stumbles down to his knees, holding his wrists out, showing copious amounts of
what looks to be blood coming from them and dripping onto the stage. He looks
out before falling to the stage and then reaching out before rolling over and
getting to his knees. He looks up as Charlie just looks away, almost in hysterics.
Dawson: “What in the
world....”
Sharper: “Oh man...don’t tell me. Don’t tell me he’s going there.”
Kayl: “Did he do what I think
he did?”
Shawn Winters
starts to walk towards the ring before dropping to his knees and rolling over
and yelling out. The cameraman starts to walk up the rampway and goes to him.
Charlie Laurio just continues to turn away as Winters
looks up and the cameraman picks up his speech.
Winters: “Oh god. The world is
for the strong. I am so weak. Goodbye cruel world for I am not World Champion.
Oh god....damn it...It’s on my tights! My tights damn it!”
Winters starts to get up and Laurio then
walks over. She then holds onto his wrist. The “blood” continues to pump,
obviously as Laurio presses down, causing a high level of blood to pour out
from his wrists. Winters just pretends to get lightheaded and almost falls
forward before stumbling over and then going to the ringside area and falling
onto the mats. He then looks around.
Winters: “Oh no...I think I’m
hallucinating. I see LSD or something in the ring. Oh, there’s Christy
Matthews. Her talent. She thinks she matters. Oh! And
there’s Infamous! It’s magical! Charlie. I wish you could just kill me now so I
wouldn’t have to see this horrifying visual!”
The crowd starts to boo as
many figure out what he’s doing. Shawn Winters turns
and grabs onto the ring apron, slowly pulling himself up, staining the ring
cover and the side of the ring with his “blood.” Charlie Laurio then walks over
and pulls out some paper towel from her pockets and starts to hold Winter’s
wrists as the boos come from all over. Hallucigen is finally shown in the ring
just shaking his head. Winters just smirks as Laurio seems to clean him up
before he hops onto the apron, his music still playing throughout the arena. He
then enters the ring before looking around and then turning and running at
Hallucigen. Hallucigen covers up a bit before Winters
nails him with a hard right and then another as the crowd starts to boo more
and the bell sounds.
Sharper: “And Winters with
this despicable act after what we saw with Christy Matthews...”
Dawson: “And he’s now going
right after Hallucigen. Why not? Why not just piss everyone off?”
Kayl: “Yeah and Matthews is
pure. Come on. She’s Infamous.”
Dawson: “You’re going to question
her here.”
Kayl: “I know. It’s just....”
Dawson: “Even people we hate
have issues.”
Winters then kicks Hallucigen
in the ribs before turning and whipping him across the ring and into the
corner. Hallucigen hits hard and Winters walks towards him before hoisting him
up and back dropping him over. Hallucigen gets back up and Winters
turns and kicks him in the ribs before taking him over with a snap suplex. He
then rolls over and goes for the pin.
1!
Hallucigen kicks out. He turns
and starts to look up when Winters grabs him and locks
him in a reverse chinlock. He pulls back as Hallucigen winces and Winters
smirks. The crowd boos as Winters then drives his
elbow into his shoulder blade and Hallucigen winces before Winters locks back
in the reverse chinlock.
Sharper: “Winters in control
here. He went right after the SCW Underground Champion to start off the match.”
Dawson: “And Hallucigen has
really been focusing on the Underground Championship. He hasn’t had a chance to
really focus outside of that and on someone as skilled as Winters
until tonight.”
Kayl: “Well Harrison.”
Sharper: “Harrison would like
to think he’s there. But I think Winters and Harrison
would probably think differently about their similarities!”
Winters pulls back and Hallucigen
turns and Winters continues to hold on until
Hallucigen gets to his knees. He then turns and elbows Winters in the ribs. He
elbows him again before then turning and kneeing Winters
in the jaw. Winters falls back and then starts to get back up. Hallucigen turns
and kicks him in the ribs before jumping up and hitting a double knee to the
jaw. Winters falls to his knees. Hallucigen then turns and runs into the ropes.
He bounces off them and takes Winters down with a high
knee. The crowd cheers and Hallucigen looks out to them.
Sharper: “And Hallucigen starting to turn it around here.”
Kayl: “Yeah, well keep on the
man. Don’t play to the crowd.”
Winters starts to get up and
Hallucigen turns back to him. He then knees him in the chest before rearing back
and kneeing him again. Winters winces and Hallucigen
clubs him in the back. Winters falls to his knees and Hallucigen turns and runs
into the ropes. He bounces off them and attempts a running knee, but Winters sidesteps him. He then turns and Hallucigen turns
around only for Winters to lift him up and hit a
backbreaker. Hallucigen winces in pain and Winters
gets up and drops an elbow. He then gets back up as Hallucigen stirs. Winters
then grabs him and spins him around and drops him with a neckbreaker. He then
pulls himself up before turning and running into the ropes. He bounces off them
and hits a knee drop to the face of Hallucigen. Hallucigen rolls over and Winters just gets up. He smirks as he looks around before
the crowd roars and we see Pete Ebdon starting to walk out from the back. He
takes a few steps and Winters notices this and looks over. Ebdon continues to
make his way down to the ring, looking less than pleased. Winters just points
to his wrist before pretending to be light-headed again and smiling.
Sharper: “Pete Ebdon is out
here and obviously, he’s taking offense to some of the antics of Shawn Winters
earlier in his entrance.”
Dawson: “Do you blame him?
That was one of the most untasteful things I’ve ever see Winters
do!”
Winters just smirks before Ebdon runs up to the
ring and jumps onto the apron. Winters just smiles and turns and attempts the
Kiss the Sky, but Ebdon dodges and drops back down. Winters just smiles and
mocks Ebdon before turning around and Hallucigen jumps up and nails him with a
running knee to the jaw. Ebdon smiles as he backs away and Hallucigen turns
around as Winters starts to get up. Hallucigen quickly
kicks him in the ribs before hooking him by the head and hoisting him up and
then dropping him down onto his knee with the Nice to Knee Ya’. The crowd ohs
and Hallucigen turns and hooks the leg.
1!
2!
3!
The crowd cheers and Ebdon
smiles before backing up. Winters rolls over, holding his head in pain as
Hallucigen gets up and has his arm raised.
Dawson: “How about that?
Infamous was against Hallucigen with Lohan challenging him at Retribution and
tonight, Pete Ebdon of Infamous helping Hallucigen out!”
Kayl: “Different
circumstances, but again, Infamous shows that they will do whatever they need
to do to make their point known. Shawn Winters just found that out!”
The crowd continues to cheer
for Hallucigen as he walks over and grabs his Underground Championship. He
holds it up as Shawn Winters rolls over and stirs. Ebdon starts to back up
towards the back and then turns around before continuing to the back. Charlie
Laurio enters the ring to check on Winters as
Hallucigen continues to celebrate and we then go backstage.
The scene opens backstage and
the crowd cheers as we see Jessica Winters standing next to Shilo Valiant and
Marina Trent at the SCW interview area. Shilo just smiles as Jessica turns to
them.
Jessica: “I’m here with Shilo
Valiant and Marina Trent and in a few moments, you’ll be facing off against
individuals you know very well in Dark Fantasy, but first off, allow me to get
your thoughts on the big match you’re going to be involved in at Riding the Lightning.”
Shilo: “Sure...but
first.....HELLO NECROPHILIACS AND JUNKIES! It seems that you and I don’t have
to worry about the return of the Tour de Necro. Instead, it seems that we’re
going to have a chance to do something more. Not to say that the United States
Championship isn’t anything. That’s what I want and I will get it back, but I
get the nice bonus of the World Championship as well. A title I have had my
eyes on for a while and no one is going to turn down a chance at it. And that’s
how it’s going to be. Now, Greg, I know all about you, and you know that if you
win, I’m going to do all I can to get back my title and win the big one, but
with that said....I guess you’ll have to come up with a different spiel for
your motivation because if we clash, you’ll have already won the World
Championship...but we’ll get to that then.”
Shilo pauses for a moment.
Shilo: “Allow me to briefly
just wish my best of luck to David Helms. Because honestly, I
wouldn’t mind going after you and giving you a hell of a fight too. But
I’m not going to really care who I face on that second night. I’m going to be
coming to entertain and make some noise. And if that noise involves me bringing
home one title or maybe two, either way, it will be a good
night and it will be for your entertainment!”
Jessica then turns to Marina.
Marina: “And Dark
Fantasy....just get ready....because he’s on top of the world....I’m just not
in the best of moods.....either way....the Black Swan is going to take out the
bottled blonde and the woman who’s standards lower by the week. I may not be
done with Katie Steward...but I’m certainly not done with either of you two
either....”
Shilo just smiles.
Shilo: “Necro!”
Shilo and Marina then turn and
walk off. Jessica Winters turns back to the camera.
Jessica: “Shilo Valiant and
Marina Trent will go at it against Dark Fantasy when we return! Breakdown
continues after this!”
The scene then slowly fades to
black.

Dark Fantasy vs. Midnight
Boulevard
The lights around the arena
dim leaving the spotlights focused on the stage. “I Made It” by Kevin Rudolf
hits the PA system as the spotlights begin to flash and switch between white
and pink and the screens come to life.
Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
Dark Fantasy
After a few moments the curtains part and Autumn Valentine, Ravyn Taylor and
Syren make their way out on the stage. Ravyn and Syren are wearing matching
pink ring jackets while Syren has the SCW Women's title around her waist and Autumn has on a leather jacket with the letters “DF” on the
back. She spins around, showing the back of the jacket to the crowd before
ducking down in front of Syren and Ravyn who pose back to back, with Syren
blowing a kiss to the crowd. The crowd begin to boo as the trio make their way
to the ring, with Syren and Ravyn joining arms as they do so. Autumn slides in
under the bottom rope while Ravyn climbs the ring steps and Syren leaps up on
to the apron, ducking under the middle rope and wiggling her ass to the crowd
to tease the fans. Once inside the ring Syren and Ravyn climb the turnbuckles,
posing on the middle turnbuckles while Autumn poses on the ropes in between
them, holding out her hands to point at the other two Dark Fantasy members as
both Ravyn and Syren pose with Syren singing along to the lyrics, specifically
the line “I Made It”. Syren removes the Women's title from around her waist,
holding it up above her head proudly and pointing to it before flipping off the
ropes athletically as all three girls gather in the corner. Ravyn and Syren
kiss and the fans let out a little cheer mixed in with a lot of boos. Ravyn
collapses to a seated position in the corner fanning herself with her hand as
Syren ducks down beside her and Autumn stands
alongside the others.
Sharper: “A long night if
you’re Infamous, but one not quite over. Ravyn Taylor and
Syren, Dark Fantasy, teaming up here tonight against Karnivale members, Marina
Trent and Shilo Valiant.”
Dawson: “Huge main event. And
we’ve heard how Ravyn Taylor wants that World Tag Team Championship shot.”
Kayl: “Shilo’s got his World
Championship shot. Maybe a US Championship shot. Marina Trent was so close to a
shot at Syren’s title. They’re going to be thinking about things there too.”
NECRO!
If I had you!
The familiar shout of the female’s “NECRO!” is heard as the fans jump to their
feet in anticipation as “If I had you” by Adam Lambert plays throughout the
arena. The words of ecstasy and darkness fill their ears as a flood of fog
fills the rampway, allowing the shifting, shooting beams of green, red, yellow,
and blue lights to be caught.
There’s a thin line, between a wild time and a flat line. Baby Tonight!
It’s a struggle, GOTTA RUMBLE!
Trying to find it!
BUT IF I HAD YOU!
As the words reach their crescendo, the familiar figures of The
Hobgoblin/Necro-Merchant and The True Queen/Black Swan
emerge slowly from under the fog, Shilo Valiant standing tall behind his
soul-mate, an arm wrapped passionately around her waist. Marina Trent responds
in kind with an arm wrapped around her lover’s neck. The two take a moment to
look around at the crowd as their makeup, sparkles and streaks, illuminate in
the lights. Slowly, Shilo lifts his free over his hand, showing the blue
illumination in his hand. Marina releases Shilo to reveal two glowing vials
hidden within her outfit. The fans shout loudly the familiar word of “NECRO” as
Shilo slowly drinks the concoction. With a fist pumped into the air, Shilo screams
the word back in response as a few streaks of blue fireworks fire upward from
behind them. Releasing Marina, the two head down the ramp but immediately veer
in opposite directions. With his needle guns out and loaded, Shilo delivers the
drug to the fans that crave it, accepting their money as compensation, while
Marina seductively hands the vials to other wishing customers.
Eventually, the two reach the ring and Shilo slides in, turning his body as he
enters to look at Marina. The Queen, not to be outdone, pulls herself up onto
the ropes and turns to face the rampway, her movements very sensual in nature,
which does not go unnoticed by anyone. With a quick jump, Marina flips over the
rope backwards and into the ring. Sharing a look and a smile, Shilo and Marina
approach and jump on their opposite turnbuckles, Marina gesturing with her
hands her ever-famous “kiss of the queen” gesture, while Shilo performs his
“finger-gun” taunts. The lights return to normal after the neon attack as the
pair await the start of the match.
Dawson: “Marina Trent and
Shilo Valiant, Midnight Boulevard, about to take on the former World Tag Team
Champions.”
Kayl: “And after earlier, I’m
wondering what Marina and Syren think of each other. No love lost there, but
both hate Katie Steward. I can tell you many reasons WHY!”
The bell sounds and Ravyn
Taylor stays in the ring as Syren steps out. Syren rubs Ravyn’s back a bit as
Shilo and Marina turn to each other and Marina tells Shilo to get out of the
ring. Shilo happily obliges and Marina turns around. Ravyn runs across the ring
to nail Marina with a clothesline, but Marina ducks and spins around. Ravyn
stops before going into the MB corner before being nailed with a Marina
forearm. Marina hits another forearm as the crowd roars. Ravyn falls to the
ropes and Marina chops her in the chest. The crowd woos. She then grabs Ravyn
and whips her into the ropes. Ravyn however jumps to the middle rope and dives
back with an attempted crossbody, but Marina ducks and Ravyn hits the mat. Marina
immediately hits a standing moonsault onto Ravyn before hooking the leg.

Ravyn kicks out and Marina
rolls over. The crowd ohs and Ravyn starts to get up. Marina walks over and
grabs her and kicks her hard in the chest causing Ravyn to fall back to the
corner. Marina then walks after her only for Ravyn to reach up and rake her
eyes. Marina staggers back as Ravyn walks along the ropes and tags in Syren.
Kayl: “Of course. Going for the eyes. Going for the
shortcut.”
Sharper: “And she tags in the
SCW Women’s Champion to go against Marina and these two have had some classic
matches in the past!”
Syren enters the ring and
Marina turns to her, rubbing her eyes and Syren clotheslines her down. Marina
starts to get up and Syren grabs her before throwing her over with a vertical
suplex. She then gets up and drops a leg across the head of Marina. She follows
up with a pin.
1!
2!
Marina kicks out. She starts
to get up and Syren grabs her and turns her around before lifting her up. She
follows up with a kick to the ribs before running into the ropes. She bounces
off them and jumps up onto the back of Marina, looking for a leg hook sunset
bomb, but Marina holds her and then drops down to a seated position with a
facebuster. The crowd ohs and Marina rolls over before sitting up, pulling on
the legs.
1!
2!
Ravyn kicks Marina in the side
of the head and she falls over. She then starts to get up as Syren pulls
herself up. Marina tags in Shilo and Shilo springboards to the top rope and
hits a flying clothesline on the Women’s Champion.
Sharper: “And in comes Shilo
Valiant, taking down Syren.”
Dawson: “The man who will face
the World Champion on Riding the Lightning, Night Two. He’s going right after
Syren here tonight!”
Syren starts to get back up
and Shilo turns and hooks her up from behind and drops her with a reverse DDT.
The crowd cheers and Shilo turns and hooks the leg.
1!
2!
Syren kicks out. She then
rolls over as the crowd sighs. Shilo walks over and stomps her in the back of
the head. He then grabs her and lifts her up before dragging her to her feet. He then snapmares her over before running into the ropes.
Shilo attempts a running boot, but Syren rolls out of the way. Shilo stops and
turns to Syren and Syren jumps up and hits a dropkick. Shilo gets back up and
Syren jumps up again and hits a spinning heel kick, knocking Shilo back down.
Shilo starts to get up and Syren then turns and runs into the ropes. She
bounces off them and Shilo moves forward and lifts her up and just launches her
into the air before causing her to fall to the mat. Shilo follows up with a
pin.
1!
2!
Syren gets her shoulder up. The crowd ohs. Shilo then grabs Syren and turns before
tagging Marina back up. Shilo then hits a twisting snap suplex before rolling
out of the way and Marina springboards to the top rope and hits a swanton bomb
onto Syren. The crowd cheers and Marina turns around and goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Ravyn pulls her off. The crowd
ohs and Marina glares at Ravyn before turning back to Syren.
Sharper: “Nice double-team
move there as Marina using her agility to do some more damage.”
Kayl: “Too bad it’s not on
Ravyn. Could use seeing her get her ass handed to her
for a bit.”
Marina turns and grabs Syren
and starts to lift her up. She nails her with a forearm before whipping her
into the ropes. Syren bounces off the ropes and Marina jumps up and hits a leg
lariat. She then gets up and runs into the ropes, but Ravyn pulls down on the
top rope and Marina goes up and over to the floor. She hits hard and the crowd
boos. Ravyn Taylor just smirks as Shilo drops down and starts to walk around.
Ravyn points this out to the referee and the referee exits to the floor before
Ravyn walks up to Marina, behind the referee and kicks her hard in the ribs.
The crowd ohs and Ravyn then grabs her and turns and rolls her into the ring.
Ravyn hops onto the apron before Shilo backs away. The referee turns back to
the ring and Syren lifts Marina up and holds her before tagging in Ravyn. Syren
then spins Marina around before holding onto her legs and pulling her up in a
wheelbarrow. She hoists her up and Ravyn grabs Marina by the head and drops her
down with a cutter. The crowd ohs and Syren rolls out of the
ring. Ravyn rolls Marina over and goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Shilo enters and Ravyn just
gets off of Marina and points him out to the referee. The referee turns and
Shilo backs up. Ravyn then grabs Marina and knees her in the side of the head
before dragging her up.
Dawson: “Double-team of
another kind there and Ravyn showing that she’s thinking a bit ahead. She knew
Shilo would come in.”
Kayl: “Basic strategy. Stop
making her out to be a genius for doing something anyone in a tag match should
be doing!”
Ravyn turns and throws Marina
into the corner. Ravyn then kicks her in the ribs and nails her with a back
elbow. Marina winces and Ravyn then grabs her and whips her across the ring.
Marina hits the other corner and stumbles out and Ravyn grabs her and hits a
jawbreaker before pulling her in for a short-arm clothesline. Ravyn then looks
at Shilo and smirks before she grabs Marina and lifts her up again. Ravyn then vertical suplexes her over and floats-over for the pin.

Marina kicks out. Ravyn grabs
her and lifts her up before kneeing her in the ribs. Ravyn then whips her into
the ropes. Marina bounces off the ropes and Ravyn goes to lift her up, but
Marina flips through and lands on her feet. Marina then hits a front dropkick,
knocking Ravyn forward and into the ropes. The crowd cheers and Marina rolls
over and looks at Shilo. Shilo sticks out his arm and Marina then crawls over.
Ravyn pulls herself off the ropes only to see Marina tag in Shilo. Shilo enters
the ring as the crowd roars. Ravyn gets up and Shilo runs over and clotheslines
her down. He then turns and runs at Syren and forearms her off the apron. Ravyn
gets back up and Shilo quickly jumps up and hits a spinning heel kick, knocking
her back down. Ravyn pops back up and Shilo kicks her in the ribs before he
hooks her arm and spins around and spikes her with a brainbuster.
Sharper: “Oh! What a
brainbuster! Spiked Ravyn Taylor in the middle of the ring!”
Kayl: “Ah,
that was beautiful! BEAUTIFUL!”
Dawson: “We could be seeing
the beginning of the end here. Midnight Boulevard is cooking thanks to Shilo
shifting the momentum here!”
Shilo then looks around before
Syren rolls into the ring. Shilo then runs over and kicks her in the ribs.
Shilo glances back before taking her over with a snap suplex onto Ravyn. He then
turns as Marina springboards to the top rope and hits a corkscrew senton onto
Ravyn and Syren. The crowd roars and Shilo then rolls Syren off of Ravyn and
goes for the pin.

Ravyn shoots her shoulder up.
The crowd ohs and Shilo looks up. Marina then grabs at Syren and starts to lift
her up before dragging her across the ring and ironically into the Dark Fantasy
corner. Shilo then grabs Ravyn and starts to lift her up before boos come from
all over. Shilo locks in a cobra clutch, seemingly going for the Morning Star.
Dawson: “He’s going for the
Morning Star! This is the same move that won most of the US Championship defences!”
Sharper: “Wait! Wait a minute!
Chad Evans and Katelyn Buehler! Gunner Wayne! The World Tag Team
Champions!”
Before Shilo can hoist Ravyn
up, Chad Evans and Katelyn enter the ring with Wayne behind them. Chad nails
Shilo in the back of the head with the World Tag Team Championship title before
Katelyn runs over and nails Marina in the back of the head too with her title.
She drops to the mat and rolls out of the ring as Syren stumbles forward. Katelyn
just looks at her and yells at her before nailing her with another shot. Shilo
starts to get up after his first shot and Gunner Wayne enters the ring and Chad
throws Ravyn into the ropes. Chad then looks at her and smirks before Wayne
lifts Shilo up and drops him down with the Kill. The crowd ohs and Shilo is
laid out in the ring. Chad then smiles as he hands Wayne his title before
grabbing Ravyn Taylor by the hair and pulls her back. The crowd starts to roar
and Chad then throws her down before hooking both of her legs. Chad then turns
her over, locking in the Levity in the middle of the ring on Ravyn Taylor.
Taylor starts to yell in pain and after a few moments actually starts to tap
out in the middle of the ring. The crowd starts to roar, making all kinds of
noise. Syren meanwhile is on her back as Katelyn mounts her, hammering away at
her with hard shots. The crowd boos as Chad keeps the hold on for a few
moments.
Sharper: “Shilo dropped on his
head. Katelyn hammering on Syren! Chad Evans has Ravyn Taylor locked in the Levity!”
Dawson: “They have taken out
Karnivale and Dark Fantasy!”
Officials come out before we
see Masquerade starting to jog out and Lucas Knight and Ryan Watson too. Chad
lets go and backs up as Katelyn then looks over and gets off of Syren.
Masquerade goes around the ring, to Marina as Gunner
Wayne stands in the middle of the ring. Lucas and Watson just look in as
officials just get into the ring to keep the Gospel away from all the downed
members of both teams.
Dawson: “The Gospel making a
statement.”
Kayl: “Not only are they the
World Tag Team Champions, they are the top of the tag team ladder! Whether you like it or not!”
Sharper: “But will that be the
same after next Breakdown when they defend against the former champions, Stacy
Kissinger and Gable Winchester?!”
The crowd continues to roar as
Katelyn and Chad hold their titles over their heads. The crowd continues to go
crazy as Masquerade helps Marina up and Shilo stirs a bit. Officials check on
Syren and Ravyn and by now Lucas has entered the ring to check on Syren as Watson
checks on Ravyn. The scene continues for a moment before we go backstage.
The scene opens backstage as
“Rescue Me” plays throughout the background. The crowd cheers as we see Thorn
walking down the hallway with Kassie Khane and Harmony Fisher.
Sharper: “Oh boy! Things are
fixing to pick up here. Thorn is on his way to the ring and he doesn’t look too
pleased.”
Dawson: “After what we saw
earlier, I’m not surprised. But what’s he going to say?”
Kayl: “Or do?!”
Thorn continues on his way
down the hallway as the scene slowly fades to black.
COMMERCIAL:
All is dark and Air raid
sirens fill the arena, a spotlight drifts around as typing on a keyboard can be
heard, words scroll across the video screen
WHEN THE SUPERMEN FALL
The sirens continue along with sounds of gunfire before the tapping on the
keyboard starts again
AND THE MASSES CALL FOR A SAVIOUR
The background sounds continue, then more words.
I ANSWER THE CALL…
The screen goes black and there is silence now before a buzzer sounds for a
brief few seconds and then…
THORN BY NAME, ANARCHISTIC BY NATURE
and then after a brief pause finally.
HERO NO MORE?
The black screen starts to pulse now like a heartbeat and on each pulse that
reverberates round the arena, a shot of Thorn in various poses is shown before
reverting to the blackness until the next pulse that sounds like a bass drum
beat with increasing volume until a final shot of him holding the SCW Title
aloft after winning the match at Taking Hold Of The Flame is Shown and remains
until two green fireworks shoot from the rafters and explode on the ramp.
Thomas Valentine's voice can be heard echoing around the arena
“You don‘t quite like how I operate? Get the hell over
it!”
The explosion drifts across the ramp before the beginning chords to “Higinia”
by Blessthefall blasts out before phasing out and replaced by a modified
version of “Sticks And Bricks” by A Day To Remember.
“I AM FUELLED BY ALL THOUGHTS OF FAILURE”
A shot of Thorn going for the Swanton from the top of a chamber pod at Under
Attack 2009 is shown in slow motion as he misses it and hits nothing but
canvas.
“I PAID THE PRICE SO I’LL TAKE WHAT’S MINE!”
A shot now of him hitting the Socially Unacceptable Moonsault stomp from the
top rope onto Justin Davis is shown, the impact punctuated by the last word of
the verse before the song kicks in completely.
The lights flicker back on and Thorn can be seen on top of the arena's ramp,
Harmony Fisher and Kassie Khane by his side as he looks out into the audience
that are cheering loudly, chanting in some cases. He stops and smiles a little
before spinning around away from the fans and holding his arms outwards before
making a beckoning motion with his hands, fireworks shoot out at the top of the
ramp again in a burst before he spins one hundred and eighty degrees and
resumes walking down to the ring again.
“BET YA DIDN’T SEE THAT ONE COMIN’ CAUSE I DO AS I
PLEASE AND APOLOGISE FOR NOTHING! MY TIME IS FLYING BUT I’M STILL SECOND TO
NONE, ALWAYS SHINING BRIGHTEST WHEN I’M PLACED UNDER THE GUN. SO HERE I STAND,
THE ONLY SON OF A WORKING CLASS MAN, I WON’T BE HELD BACK, I CAN’T BE HELD
DOWN!”
As he walks past the barrier he looks out casually into the crowds and high
fives a few of the outstretched palms as Harmony pats him on the back and
proceeds to look on with an admiring expression on her face, waving to the odd
fan that catches her attention before halting at the side of the ring as Thorn
slides underneath the ropes and walks over to Jason Phillips. Kassie Khane and
Harmony Fisher enter the ring and walk around as Thorn is handed the microphone.
Kayl: “Well we’re going to
hear from him. I know he can’t be happy. Hell, I’m not even happy.”
Sharper: “And judging by
Thorn’s response earlier, he’s not exactly buying Zero’s explanation.”
Thorn looks around as he
brings the microphone up to his mouth and then looks out at the crowd.
Thorn: “Needless to say I
stand here on Breakdown, not exactly the happiest guy in the locker room.”
The crowd buzzes a bit.
Thorn: “I had my opportunity
to take CHBK and destroy him in front of the world. I had a chance to take out
all of the frustrations of myself, Kassie Khane, Donovan, you at ringside,
anyone in the back that was affected by the actions of that son of a bitch.”
Thorn pauses for a moment.
Thorn: “And I had him,
writhing in pain, bleeding all over this canvas. I was going to finish him off
once and for all and instead, instead, some asshole who thinks that he is God’s
gift to SCW comes out here, not only spears him, but then drops him on my head
on a chair and let’s that slippery son of a bitch, not only win, but get off
from the pain and suffering he was owed. Now I know that some people may not
have cared for my actions since I returned at Gang Rulz, but one thing I made
clear is I always left it in this damn ring and instead, we have Jason Zero, a
man who wants the entire world to gravitate around him unnecessarily involve
himself in MY business.”
Thorn pauses as the crowd
boos.
Thorn: “Now Zero, I don’t
think I need to go down the clichéd path of telling you what a stupid mistake
that was. But there was one thing I DO need to point out to you. I will deal
with you later, but until then, I am going to force you to realize that you’re
not as special as you think and that is by showing the world that I am going to
be the one to make CHBK pay for his actions. You’re not going to play the
saviour as there is nothing that needs to be saved. Unless you count whatever
is left of CHBK. And this time, I’m not asking for another match, because
honestly, if what has been said is true, then who cares? CHBK may be able to
snake out of it. Instead, I’m going to make a promise.”
The crowd cheers a bit.
Thorn: “See, I’m not going to
worry about getting you in the ring anymore. I already know that there’s too
many ways you’ll try to run, or you’ll try to justify snaking out....and add
Infamous and Zero....I’m sick of trying and failing. Some people are going to
say that this is against everything I stand for. It would if I didn’t give you
fair warning though. Because I am going to make sure I get my hands on you and
succeed in doing what I want and that is teach you the lesson, not of a
wrestling lifetime, but instead just remind you that if you push someone, they
push back and in my case, I’m sick of being pushed around. So look over your
shoulder....double-lock your door....because if you don’t care about rules, why
should I? Because at some point, I guarantee it, that horseshoe isn’t going to
be up your ass anymore and it isn’t going to be used to beat and bloody you.”
The crowd roars as Thorn turns
and looks right into the camera. Kassie Khane just watches Thorn.
Kayl: “Oh I’ll join you in
that one. I’ll even bring the Kayl TV cameras to tape it!”
Thorn starts to back up before
“This is How a Heart Breaks” starts to echo throughout
the arena. The crowd boos as Thorn, Kassie and Harmony turn to the entrance
way. A few moments pass and CHBK walks out from the back. He looks at Thorn and
smirks. He remains at the top of the entrance way, microphone in hand. He then
looks down as his music starts to fade out.
Thorn: “Come on down here.
Let’s just save the time.”
CHBK just smirks.
CHBK: “Thorn....how desperate are you going to keep getting?”
The crowd boos.
CHBK: “See you can come out
here and talk about how you’re going to do what Jason Zero claims he’ll do to
me. The only difference there is that Zero succeeded YEARS ago,
you know...when he was challenging for the World Championship and not trying to
mentor failures. Something that I guess myself and Chad Evans excel at...”
The crowd boos as Thorn just
glares at CHBK.
CHBK: “But if you’re going to
try and be Jason Zero. Go for it! I mean he’d have no problem hunting me in the
back. Even at my condo in Toronto. Maybe he’d try to run me down in the parking
lot. Is that how much this means to you? You’re going to hunt me down. You
can’t get it done in the ring. This is exactly what I meant when I said that
Infamous was what they claimed to be...the Next Level, the
Brotherhood....well....they’re not.”
The crowd boos. CHBK just
smirks again.
CHBK: “Sure you busted me open
and yeah, I’ll admit, you gave me a bit of an ass-kicking, but Thorn, who cares
that Jason Zero got involved? Zero hit me too. I still got up and covered you.”
The crowd boos.
Kayl: “Yeah, he doesn’t note
he got hit first and Thorn got hit harder!”
CHBK: “See, I’ve got plenty of
tricks up my sleeve. You want to make it that personal. You want to give Kassie
Khane her closure. You want to teach me a lesson. Then fine. Do it. Try to get
me. So far, it seems like I’m miles ahead of you. I hope you can run fast to
catch up!”
The crowd boos before we then
hear “Rescue Me” start to play throughout the arena. The crowd buzzes a bit and
CHBK glances back as Thorn continues to look at the entrance way. A few moments
pass and we see Sasha Drachewych walk out from the back and just glare at CHBK
before standing a few feet away from him.
Sharper: “The boss is out
here. This is getting interesting.”
Sasha: “Alex....Thorn....I’m
going to stop you both here. I can’t have SCW wrestlers going around and attacking
each other wherever they happen to see fit.”
Sasha pauses as the crowd
boos.
Sasha: “But as I say that, I’m
not going to allow what happened in Retribution to just act as the end to this.
You, Alex, are going to have to deal with Thorn in some way. Zero...I’ll deal
with him too. Because I was listening to what both of you said and I don’t know
why I didn’t think of this earlier. With Infamous, with Gable, Helms, Stacy,
Harmony....and now Zero....it’s clear that too many people have too much riding
on this all.”
Sasha pauses again as CHBK can
be seen turning to Sasha, yelling “What?” at her.
Sasha: “That’s why we’re going
to have one more match between the two of you. And before you say anything
Alex...if you don’t show up, it’ll be counted as a forfeit...and I know you
don’t want that. But we’re going to make sure that this ends. Thorn, you get
what you want...and Alex...you win, Thorn has nothing more he can come at you
for. But it will be one on one. At Riding the Lightning, Night Two.....you two
will do battle....in the Thunderdome!”
The crowd roars with approval
as Thorn just smiles as CHBK looks less than pleased. He just looks at Sasha
before turning to Thorn.
Sharper: “Oh my God! The
Thunderdome returns at Riding the Lightning!”
Dawson: “No way for others to
get in. Anything goes.”
Kayl: “The Heartbreaker’s
gonna get his ass kicked!”
Sharper: “CHBK and Thorn, in
the Thunderdome. Oh man. That’s going to be insane!”
“Sticks and Bricks” plays
throughout the arena as CHBK continues to look less than pleased at the
situation. Thorn just smiles as Sasha Drachewych turns and walks to the back.
CHBK just continues to look at Thorn, glaring at him as Thorn’s smile
continues. Kassie Khane and Harmony Fisher join in the smiling.
Sharper: “No getting out this
time. CHBK and Thorn will be locked in the Thunderdome. Oh man. What a announcement. Riding the Lightning will be a night to
remember....Two nights to remember. And we’re just getting started!”
The scene then slowly starts
to fade to black, focusing on Thorn smiling in the ring...
