“Supreme Championship Wrestling...”

A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.

“The leading force in sports and entertainment today....”

MAIN SHOW:

The opening bars of “The Old Me” by Memphis May Fire play as the Breakdown logo flies across the screen.

I'm thinking about the old me

'Cause I've been feeling empty

I never used to be so dead inside

Shots of Selena Frost celebrating with the World Championship start before we see a shot of the Konrad Raab, bloodied, standing tall in the ring. Following this is Cid Turner punching CHBK in the concourse. Ace Marshall hitting the Air Marshall on an opponent follows.

I think I lost my memory

I can't remember carefree

And all my days turn into fight or flight

Holly Adams standing on Asher Hayes at Tactical Warfare follows before we see Syren hitting the Total Makeover on an opponent. Bree Lancaster hitting the Classifier on Aaron Blackbourne follows before we see Polly Playtime diving off the top rope and landing on an opponent with a crossbody..

I wanna get back, tell me how to get back

I wanna get back, tell me how to get back

Holly Adams throwing Syren into the windshield of a pink convertible follows before we see Kandis and Tommy Valentine holding the SCW World Tag Team Championship. Ravyn Taylor standing on the ropes, looking down at herself, follows before we see Gavin Taylor hitting an opponent with the Gavin Taylor Lariat. Glory Braddock hitting the London Plunge on a downed opponents is next before we see Tsunami hitting a running body avalanche on an opponent in the corner.

Say it again, say it again, tell me what I wanna hear

Tell me that I'm gonna be fine and there's nothing left to fear

'Cause I've been losing sleep (losing sleep)

Trying to get back to who I used to be

Where is the old me?

Autumn Valentine hitting the Blindspot on a foe follows before we see a shot of Owen Lee and Daisy Lee on their way to the ring, and then a shot of Kimberly Williams licking a staple gun. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen and remains on it for a few moments.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri. The cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.

Sharper: “The final stop before Taking Hold of the Flame in eleven days. We ride into the gateway to the west and St. Louis, Missouri!”

The cameras continue to pan across the crowd. After a few moments, Breakdown cuts to ringside to see Adam Sharper, Jonathan Knots and Simon Lyman at ringside.

Sharper: “Hello again everyone. Adam Sharper here alongside Simon Lyman and Jonathan Knots as usual and folks, everyone’s gearing for Taking Hold of the Flame but tonight, some big matches.”

The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen before a still of Samuel Davis vs. Selena Frost comes up.

Lyman: “Big matches with notable ramifications for Taking Hold of the Flame. The difference between some going in confident or not. Or even knowing if they need to look over their shoulders. Tonight, to end it all, we’ll see Selena Frost face Samuel Davis. Davis fresh off headlining Holly-Wood of the South-“

Knots: “Thanks to the Holly Adams Brand and the Haus of Nirvana!”

Lyman: “Well, Davis is headlining tonight. Frost calling him out and Giovanni ‘GiGi’ Aries will be at ringside.”

The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen as we see a shot of Christy Matthews & Autumn Valentine vs. Cid Turner & Holly Adams with Datura as the special referee.

Sharper: “Not only that, the Brand will be in action in a big tag team match but with an interesting wrinkle. Christy Matthews and Autumn Valentine will team against Cid Turner and Holly Adams, but in the middle…Datura will be the special referee!”

Lyman: “Please don’t tell me that Datura will be buying into what the Brand is selling. Cid Turner offered her a spot last week in the Positive State.”

Knots: “Maybe can help her out! Cid is just helping Datura like he tried to do last year!”

The scene then abruptly cuts backstage as we see Lexy Chapel walking down the hallway, holding a lead. In her hands, she’s juggling a bunch of paperwork as she tries to move one piece on top. She walks forward as the camera pans down to show Lawyer Dog walking with her.

Lexy: “Alright. I just need to get this on top. I mean this is pretty straightforward. Ace Marshall should totally get his title shot. Come on Lawyer Dog. We need to drop another brief on Shaun’s desk.”

Lexy continues to walk before stopping and squatting down next to Lawyer Dog.

Lexy: “You’re so cute!”

Lexy puts the pile of papers down and rubs the dog’s head. The dog barks. Lexy goes to lift up the papers before Jessica Winters walks over to her, microphone in her hand. Lexy steps in front of her pile of work.

Lexy: “You! Get back! There are secret and private…confidential papers there!”

Winters: “Lexy, you can’t be this daft. I know people like to get on your case. They joke wondering how you’re CHBK’s kid.”

Lexy: “I mean they should know that. Kandis and Tommy Valentine made it something EVERYONE knew they were doing.”

Winters: “Yes…but…you’re not seriously using a dog as your lawyer.”

Lexy turns back to Lawyer Dog. She bends over and pets him some more. The dog barks again. Lexy turns back.

Lexy: “He’s so cute!”

Winters: “Lexy!”

Lexy stands up and looks at Jessica.

Lexy: “Why does everyone yell my name?”

Lexy sighs.

Lexy: “No, Jessica…I’m not that stupid. It’s a dog. No law school would give Lawyer Dog credentials. And no amount of paper mills could get him that LLM too! But! On the farmstead, he’s the smartest of them all…And well, sometimes we need to litigate things on the farmstead. Learn about morality…the law!”

Lexy winks.

Lexy: “Get me? This is a backdoor introduction. Marketing genius here! God!”

Lexy shakes her head.

Lexy: “Whatever. You can’t understand it. I’m on SO MANY levels right now. But Lawyer Dog is also here because let’s face it, this situation with Ace Marshall…him not getting a title shot. It’s a travesty of justice but its so clear he DESERVES a shot that even Lawyer Dog will make a convincing case. And we have lots of notes. Lots of them. Because let’s face it…Ace Marshall should be there. He took out Matt Hodges. That’s akin to curing cancer!”

Lexy smirks.

Lexy: “And then he beat Syren. Who cares how? It’s a win. And we talk about a win is a win. Well a win is a win is a win. And you know where it isn’t…THAT’S RIGHT…Rus…oh wait…I’m told I need to back off that with the war and all that…yeah….But yeah!”

Lexy nods at the camera before turning back.

Lexy: “But where ISN’T a win, a win? Hmmmm, Jessica? HMMMMM?”

Lexy then smiles.

Lexy: “So hence I’m going to see Shaun Cruze with Lawyer Dog. So-“

We then hear some barking as Lexy turns. We then see the papers moved around as we see someone getting up, wearing a hoodie. They grab something and turn and run.

Lexy: “Hey! HEY! Lawyer Dog! Get him! Get him!”

Lawyer Dog just keeps barking. Lexy points.

Lexy: “Get him! Damn it! What did he get…what did he get-“

We cut down to see Lexy moving through the papers.

???: “Are you kidding me?”

The camera pans up as Jessica Winters turns and Ace Marshall walks into the scene. Lexy looks up. She promptly gets up, dusting off her attire.

Lexy: “Ace! I-“

Ace: “You’re still with this dumb mutt? Are you serious….

Lexy: “Look, I am-“

Winters: “Ace, I think you should-“

Ace: “Oh shut the hell up? Here…let’s distract you. Lexy…this is Jessica Winters. She’s friends with Selena Frost. Ask her why she’s asking you questions instead of helping you get me a title shot with your stupid ass dog.”

Winters: “Hey, I-“

Lexy: “Wait! He’s right! See…Ace…I’ve got this. I’ll take care of this-“

Ace: “Yeah…yeah…”

Ace turns and storms off as the camera focuses on Ace, not Lexy, who keeps berating Jessica, her voice heard, but clarity dropping quickly. Ace continues to walk backstage, the camera following him. Ace Marshall turns down one hallway.

Sharper: “Lexy Chapel clearly working on multiple levels.”

Knots: “She doesn’t know which ones!”

Sharper: “But Ace Marshall set off again. He feels he deserves a title shot. He beat Syren, true, but it was a controversial disqualification win, thanks to Adam Allocco!”

Lyman: “He’s on the warpath again. And last week, that led him to assault Adam Allocco with a chair over and over!”

Ace Marshall continues to make his way down the hallway before turning and opening a door. He storms in.

Ace: “Howdy Boss!”

The camera follows him in as Shaun Cruze sits at a desk in the room and Ace Marshall jumps up and sits on the desk.

Ace: “Now, before we get into the arguing portion of this deal here. Let me give you a few pointers. One – you’ve got a woman who probably isn’t smart enough to cross state lines bringing a damn dog to probably take a crap on your desk, thinking that’s how I’m going to get anywhere. Two – unlike your nephew, I don’t see a need to jump up and use your back for a temper tantrum. Instead, I’ll use Adam Allocco’s ruined body for that. And it felt good…”

Cruze: “Get to the point.”

Ace: “Well, I figured I’d try this on for size. You had a drunk come back and his first thing that he did was get involved in my match and even though I still won, I have that being held against me. Now…I figured I’d make a bit more of a compelling argument this week.”

Cruze: “Ace…again, I never said your match against Syren to crown a number one contender. You both did. Because you put value in beating Syren. And Syren carries herself to that level. I’m not going to be held by something I never said. Next, you’ll tell me that being Samuel Davis tonight means you should be main eventing week in week out.”

Ace slaps the desk.

Ace: “That’s funny, Shaunny-Boy. But maybe I need to spell it out for you. I know you’re used to dealing with the dimwits around here. Not everyone can be Ravyn. So I’ll dumb it down to you. Maybe I do need Lawyer Dog. It looks to me like you hired Adam Allocco knowing he’d want revenge against me. Now, you can’t sit there and tell me that if I beat Syren in the middle of that ring, made her cry out in pain as I stepped up…you know, dropped the overgrown manchild appearance I’ve had, and just showed my pure skill, and then proceeded to dump her ass out of the ring, while I could have the world lavish me attention…are you telling me I’d not be facing Selena Frost? Very convenient-“

Cruze: “Sounds like you’ve been spending too much time with Lexy and her conspiracy theories.”

Ace: “Then, here’s the fun part. I’m here because Adam probably isn’t back unless someone is watching his pasty ass every twelve seconds to make sure he doesn’t start siphoning gas from the cars outside of their ethanol content. So…I expected life long drunk to fail because he’s good reliable. A forty-five year old failure that needs to drink just so he doesn’t feel bad about not being able to get it up. And when it fails, you’ll have to wear it…and maybe we just have a new Commissioner. Because not like we can’t do much better than you. I mean we went from you milking Holly for all she’s worth, before handing out title shots like you were Oprah, to giving it to a blow-up doll, stunned when one prick popped it all, and then couldn’t even do the easy thing…and now we’re on a [bleep]ing motivational speaker, that only motivates me to spend money going to washroom and flushing it with my dump. So…”

Cruze just looks at Ace before looking past him. Ace then shifts and turns as Adam Allocco stands in the doorway. In his hand is a plastic testing cup. Adam still is showing signs from last week’s attack.

Ace: “Well, guess I get to watch the whole thing…You’re not looking so great. Still hurting. Needing to medicate to get through the last week?”

Adam just looks at Ace. The camera focuses on a black eye that Adam has from last week’s attack.

So…how about you hand over that cup and we see whether Adam is running on the same fumes we’ve always known. And then you can go back to being a failure to everyone in your life.”

Adam: “Cute Ace. The thing is…being here, and after everything I’ve been through, you can make fun of me all you want. But well, sometimes an opportunity for something better comes along and well…”

Adam throws the contents of the testing cup into the face of Ace. Ace falls back and Adam steps up and nails him with a hard right and then another and another. The crowd erupts in cheers.

Sharper: “Adam throwing the contents of that specimen cup on Ace’s face!”

Knots: “They say it’s better to be pissed off than pissed on. Ace now can tell us!”

Sharper: “Adam Allocco assaulting Ace Marshall in the Commissioner’s office!”

Adam nails him with a couple more shots before Ace reaches up and rakes his eyes. Adam stumbles out of the office.

Cruze: “Stop it! Guys! Stop it!”

Cruze walks around the table and tries to grab Ace to stop him, but Ace steps up and spears Adam back into the wall. He then spins around, but Adam holds on and throws him off. Ace gets up and Adam nails him with a hard right. Ace falls back through a door and stumbles forward into the loading area. Allocco follows and Ace looks up as Allocco runs at him and goes for a hard right. Ace ducks and Adam stops. Ace kicks him in the ribs and nails him with a hard right and then a kick to the ribs before turning and throwing him around into a nearby railing. Adam leans on it as Ace steps back and turns. Shaun Cruze stands by the entrance. Ace starts to walk toward him.

Ace: “Now he doesn’t have a test…guess that’s a break of his contract? Another easy decision-“

Adam then runs over and nails Ace with a hard right. Ace stumbles back. We then see officials and security coming into the scene. Ace and Adam nail each other with a couple of hard rights before Ace is pulled away by security. Officials get into towards Adam. Ace then grabs one of the walkie-talkies from the security guard and throws it at Adam. Adam swats it down and Adam steps through.

Sharper: “Ace throwing the security guard’s equipment!”

Ace backs up.

Ace: “Nah…nope…Hey, jackass, get closer. You can maybe sniff the booze on his piss!”

Allocco: “Keep running your mouth, Ace. I’m not the one who’s whole career is one string of luck!”

Ace just looks at Adam. He then backs up.

Ace: “Yeah, I’m done. This jackass isn’t going to get me where I need to be…unless I need to beat his ass with another chair.”

Ace turns and storms off as Adam Allocco and Shaun Cruze watch Ace storm off, touching his face and looking annoyed. Adam then smirks as Shaun turns to him as officials, including road agent Hiro Tanaka, stay around him.

Cruze: “Hiro…you’re going to need to take him again.”

Allocco: “Get me some water and we’ll do round too. I hope the breathalyzer still counts. I don’t have that much hot air…”

Tanaka: “He’s clean.”

Cruze: “Still…I’m keeping him to the terms of the contract. It just means he’s not been drinking in the last couple of hours

Allocco: “Get me some water and let’s do it!”

Allocco chirps back. Cruze turns to Hiro Tanaka.

Cruze: “…and next time, pick better timing.”

Allocco: “I thought it was perfect.”

Cruze looks at him.

Allocco: “So Hiro…let’s go back to our room. I want to make sure I’m around to kick Ace’s ass and win a battle royal.”

Tanaka nods as Allocco steps through the officials as the scene cuts away.

Backstage, we see Ravyn Taylor, CHBK and Alexander Crowe talking backstage in one of the locker rooms. The crowd boos. The door opens as Ravyn looks up as Syren walks into the room. The crowd gives a mixed reaction as Syren stops and looks at Crowe, CHBK and then Ravyn.

Ravyn: “Zoe…we will take care of it.”

Syren: “I know. We’ve had enough talks about this over the last week. I’ve watched from the side as you were doing this Uncle Roy stuff and…I stayed out of the way when you were toying with Nicole. I did it because professionally, we’ve gone our separate ways. We’ve taken different paths. I won’t be joining Infamous again.”

Ravyn: “We understand that. And that’s why Nicole made the single worst mistake of her career.”

Syren sighs.

Syren: “I know you know this. But that wasn’t Nicole.”

Ravyn gets up and smiles. She walks over to her wife.

Ravyn: “I know. But if Pro is her protector, she’s not doing much for protecting.”

Syren: “Then I will simply say this…if Nicole crosses paths with me, let me handle it my way. I don’t want to get dragged into this more than I have to…and I’ve worked too hard to move beyond what we did as Infamous.”

Syren looks at everyone.

Syren: “Please.”

Ravyn: “Again. No arguments from us here.”

CHBK: “We’ve always said. We’re there if you need it. But until you say it, we’re focusing on our own matters. We just have a shared interest here, but we’ll back off if Nicole focuses on you instead.”

Syren turns and looks at Ravyn before heading off. The scene cuts to black.

COMMERCIALS

Jaina Lancaster stands backstage, microphone in her hand.

Lancaster: “Welcome back to Breakdown. Jaina Lancaster here and I’m about to try and get a word on Nicole Kinneck who last week attacked Syren and then said she would go after anyone Ravyn held dear. She’s just over here.”

Lancaster turns and walks down the hallway and then stops as we see Nicole Kinneck pacing a bit and then turning and seeing Jaina.

Nicole: “Oh I-“

Nicole immediately changes her demeanor.

Nicole: “What the hell do you want? Did Ravyn send you? Do I need to send you back in a bunch of tiny pieces?!”

Lancaster: “Wait! Whoa…I’m an interviewer for SCW. I’m just hear to get some follow up thoughts from last week. You said you’d go-“

Nicole: “I know damn well what I said you dumbass! I’m not as stupid as half the people around here and I’m not as dumb as Ravyn thinks I am. The manipulative bitch finally got called out and if she wants to blame me for everything. No…I fought to get Ducky the ONE thing she earned. SHE earned it. And Ravyn screwed that up. But she wants to make it personal. Well I’m starting a war that’s going to have casualties she’s never going to recover from!”

Nicole turns and storms off. Jaina watches her leave before turning to the camera.

Lancaster: “You saw her like that too?”

Jaina Lancaster glances back as we cut to the ring.

Ace Sky vs. Crystal Zdunich

The entire arena fades to black as we are left in nothing but darkness. All of a sudden Crystal's voice can be heard all throughout the speaker systems.

"YOUR SMILE MAKES MY HEART EXPLODE... THANK YOU FOR WAKING ME UP!!!!"

As soon as that is said explosions can be heard going off as we are treated to some flame pyros. “Smile Bomb” by 17thekid plays across the speakers and it is at that moment when the crimson red haired "Burning Rose" Crystal Zdunich walks from the curtains. She makes her way to the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a twenty minute time limit. First, on her way to the ring, from Los Angeles, California, she is the Burning Rose, Crystal Zdunich!”

Crystal is focused as she walks to the ring with a purpose. She however slaps the outstretched hands of fans along the way. She runs up the stairs and walks to the middle of the apron. She flicks her hair before she drops down into a split that gains the pop of the entire crowd. She slides into the ring and as soon as she is inside she kips up to her feet. She tosses her Shoto inspired hoodie to the side as she awaits the start of the match. Crystal becomes locked in a trance.

Sharper: “Crystal Zdunich, one of the many who have signed up for the Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal, looking to get some momentum. A strong win here.”

Lyman: “But this is going to be difficult. She is taking on someone brand new. Another new signing here in SCW.”

Sharper: “But we should see what could be a hell of an athletic contest!”

A rocket drops from the top of the entrance set to the stage and there is a countdown voice over.

“Eye In The Sky” by The Alan Parsons Project play as Ace Sky walks out in an aviator jacket and his usual in ring attire. He salutes a peace sign and jogs down the aisle way high-fiving as many fans as possible on both sides.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Houston, Texas, he is Ace Sky!”

Ace Sky dashes forward and leaps upon the apron and flings himself in with a front flip followed by a series of three front handsprings and a rolling savate kick. He then looks around as Zdunich sizes him up. He backs up to his corner, taking off his jacket and preparing for battle.

Sharper: “Ace Sky making his debut here tonight in SCW. And he’s got a lot of energy. He’s a very talented young man. His high-flying ability is something you need to see to believe.”

Knots: “Well this could be a fun one. These two both like to fly then!”

The bell sounds. Zdunich looks at Sky as the two circle the ring. Sky jumps up with a spin kick. Zdunich backs up, dodging. They circle a bit more before lunging at one another and Zdunich drops down and spins around Sky and locks in a side headlock. Sky reaches around and pulls her back into the ropes before firing her off. Zdunich bounces off and Sky steps up, but Zdunich just blasts him with a forearm shot. Sky hits the mat and Zdunich runs into the ropes. Sky rolls toward her. Zdunich hops over. Sky gets up and Zdunich bounces off the other side and Sky leapfrogs over her. Zdunich bounces off and Sky hits a snap arm drag. Zdunich hits hard and rolls over, sliding to her knees and backing up to the ropes.

Sharper: “Hard arm drag and Zdunich getting some distance.”

Knots: “We know both can run. Now to see what’s next. The wheels should be turning!”

She gets up as the two circle. Sky runs into the ropes, bouncing off and sweeps at Zdunich. Zdunich moves back. They then set again and get up and lock up in the middle of the ring. This time, Sky locks in a side headlock. He takes Zdunich down with a takedown. Zdunich wraps her legs around his head. Sky nips out of it. Zdunich rolls over and gets up and Sky gets up and swings. Zdunich ducks and Sky runs into the ropes. Zdunich goes for a clothesline of her own. Sky ducks and stops. Zdunich hits the ropes and then front flips forward Sky. Sky hops over her. Zdunich hits the ropes and Sky goes for a clothesline. Zdunich ducks and Sky hits the ropes, bouncing off and hitting a flying headscissors, but Zdunich cartwheels out of it to her feet. The crowd ohs. Sky gets up and Zdunich kicks him in the ribs. She then steps back and kicks him in the chest. She then backs up and goes for a superkick, but Sky ducks and runs to the ropes. He jumps to the middle rope and dives back with back elbow. Zdunich hits the mat. She gets up and Sky hits an overhead chop.

Sharper: “And the tempo picking up. Both individuals showing that agility, but Sky ahead right now.”

Lyman: “Going at super speed for a moment there. That was impressive!”

Sky then grabs Zdunich and whips her into the corner. Sky runs over and Zdunich gets her feet up. Sky stops himself, but Zdunich pulls him in and shoves him back with her legs. Sky rolls through and Zdunich cartwheels out and hits a lunging forearm blast. Sky falls to a knee and Zdunich then jumps up and hits a dropkick. She goes for the pin.

Zdunich runs after him and Sky hits a dropkick to her knees. Zdunich hits chest first in the middle turnbuckle. She slowly rolls over as Sky moves to the middle of the ring and stops, turning and runs at her and hits a running Meteora in the corner. The crowd ohs. Sky gets out of the corner and goes for the pin.

Zdunich grabs the bottom rope.

Sharper: “Only two as Sky throws himself, knees first, into the Burning Rose.”

Knots: “Zdunich may be trying to figure out where she is, but she knew where the ropes were.”

Sharper: “Ring awareness a big thing. You need it to be successful in SCW.”

Zdunich rolls over and to the apron. Sky grabs her and pulls her up, but Zdunich counters with a guillotine drop. Sky stumbles back and falls to a knee. Zdunich gets up and looks at him and springboards to the top rope and dives forward with a flying clothesline. Sky hits the mat. Zdunich gets up and runs into the ropes, bouncing off and then handspringing into the Smell the Roses. She hooks the leg.

Sky kicks out. Zdunich rolls off. She grabs Sky and pulls him up and forearms him in the jaw once and then takes him down with a Russian leg sweep. Zdunich rolls through and exits to the apron. She then climbs up to the top rope. The crowd roars. She gets to the top rope, but as she does, Sky manages to fight back to his feet and runs over and jumps up, hooking his legs around the head of Zdunich and snapping her off with the Helium Hop. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Amazing height from Ace Sky! From the mat to the top rope and snapping Zdunich off!”

Lyman: “He got amazing height. For damn sure!”

Zdunich slowly rolls over and gets up and Sky pulls her back and into an inverted front face lock before turning into the Super Nova Slice. Sky rolls off and looks around. The crowd cheers as he exits to the apron. Zdunich holds her jaw in pain as Sky climbs to the top rope. He looks around and nods before diving off with the Galaxy Leap. He connects! The crowd erupts in cheers and Sky hooks the leg.

Sharper: “Amazing! The Galaxy Leap! Picture Perfect!”

Knots: “Oh man!”

Lyman: “And he hit it perfectly! Flush on Zdunich!”

Sharper: “The cover! The leg hooked!”

Sky rolls off as the bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Ace Sky!”

Sky gets up and smiles as he looks around and has his arm raised in victory. The crowd cheers as “Eye in the Sky” plays throughout the arena.

Sharper: “Ace Sky arrives in SCW and takes flight for the win!”

Lyman: “Looking good and making a big splash at the right time! Some extra adrenaline here in SCW!”

Ace Sky looks around and nods, listening to the crowd before we cut away.

Backstage, we see Holly Adams shaking her head as she looks at herself in the mirror.

Holly: “I can’t believe that Christy just hates me. It’s not my fault that I am a successful entrepreneur and was the pulse of Infamous. I mean she has to just hang onto everything.”

Holly shakes her head.

Holly: “Brittany! Get me my concealer!”

Holly yells out before continuing her thought.

Holly: “Speaking of hangers-on, you better get this right with Datura, Cidnay.”

Cid walks over.

Cid: “Relax. She listens to me. I get her. She has no other options. I mean look at her. How far she’s fallen. I think we got to her last week-“

Just then, the wrestler formerly known as Clamidiya  walks over and stumbles, throwing Holly’s concealer at the mirror. It bounces off and falls to the vanity in front. Holly turns.

Holly: “Yeah, this isn’t working.”

Holly steps forward and rips a name tag off of Clamidiya, revealing “Brittany Lohan” on it. She crumples it up and hands it to her. Clamidiya reluctantly takes it. Holly turns back and grabs another nametag, from a stack on her vanity, and looks up.

Holly: “You’re a terrible Brittany Lohan. Plus, you’re not manly enough. Just….Hmmm…I know….”

Holly writes something on the name tag before peeling it off and placing it on Clamidiya’s chest. She looks down.

Clamidiya: “Anastasia?”

Holly: “Yes, Ana-STAS-i-ya. It’s vaguely Eastern European. Should play well to D and others in SCW.”

Clamidiya shakes her head and walks back off camera.

Holly: “You better be right, Cidnay. We try to help people, but come on…she screams charity case.”

Cid glances over at Clamidiya.

Cid: “Uh…yeah…no charity cases…”

Holly turns back to the mirror as the scene cuts to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see Lexy Chapel storming into the LexyCorp locker room. She has Lawyer Dog on a leash next to her.

Lexy: “Come on…Lionel Barkz, Esquire. Aren’t you also able to search out clues or something? They have my phone.”

The dog, presumably Lionel Barkz, Esq., barks back.

Lexy: “Hey! I can’t do everything. I’m not a certified paralegal-“

Bear: “You still have that thing.”

Bear walks over to Lexy.

Lexy: “Bear! Now is not the time. Someone stole my phone.”

Autumn looks up, wearing her gear.

Autumn: “Can’t it wait-“

Lexy: “Well we need to find out. On the case now…I mean, don’t you know how busy I’ve been. Trying to outsmart everyone. People questioning me because of Lawyer Dog, Lionel Barkz, Esquire here, and thinking I’m crazy, but I’m crazy like a fox. People thinking he couldn’t help us. BUT HE IS. And no one will expect it. And now, someone stole my phone while I was carrying his briefs, to help Ace, and…Autumn…it’s serious!”

Autumn: “It’s a phone. College girls lose phones regularly. Toilets in bars are death traps.”

Lexy leans over.

Lexy: “You don’t understand. I didn’t lose it. Someone took it. And they may find out things…secrets…and help the conspiracies against us.”

Autumn: “What secrets could you possibly-“

Lexy just looks at Autumn. Autumn stops and nods.

Autumn: “Oh for Christ’s sake.”

Lexy: “Look, I know I need to be out there at ringside for you. I’ll be there so we can show a united front and not given into the robbers. But we need to find it-“

Bear: “I’ll do it! I’ll find it. I’ll turn the place upside down. ANYTHING for Lexy!”

Lexy: “Finally Bear. You’re on things.”

Penguin then chimes in from the back of the room.

Penguin: “Well, Bear, remember, Lexy told us to make an impact tonight.”

Bear: “We’re the Tag Champs and I’m a bear. We can handle everything!”

Penguin: “Well, I don’t know about that-“

Lexy: “We just need to figure this out.”

Autumn: “Why not just go to security-“

Lexy: “Ha! And get probably who is behind it! They’re trying to take me down, and Ace down, and you down…and the Farmstead too! Yeah…Come on Lawyer Dog. We need to search for a  bit…I have to have something around here that smells like my phone. Can you do a search?”

Lexy walks over to her stuff as Autumn shakes her head as the scene cuts away.

The opening rifts to “Here we Go” by Chris Classic blasts through the PA, as mist fills the entranceway. The music stops, a huge explosion rocks the entranceway and Owen jumps, seemingly through the floor and landing on his feet, dropping to one knee and punching the floor.

“I been more than ready
Preppin' heavy
For this day to come”

Owen gets to his feet, wearing blue jeans and a cut-up Owen Lee t-shirt. He looks left and right at the reaction he is getting, a look of focus and determination on his face as Daisy Lee walk out from the back, and stands behind him.

Sharper: “Owen Lee on his way out here. Last week, he was in that four way over the top rope challenge and we won’t know how well he could’ve done thanks to Josh Hudson.”

LAST WEEK - BREAKDOWN:

We open up to see Syren dropped down to the mat as Owen then turns around as Hudson slides into the ring. Hudson then grabs Owen and spins around and throws him over the top rope and to the floor. Owen rolls through and into the barricade. The crowd boos as Hudson smirks and looks at him, dusting his hands.

Sharper: “Hudson took advantage of Owen while he was succeeding and doing well. And Owen had no answer. Taken off balance and sent to the floor!”

Lyman: “Hudson even got a couple of cheap shots in on Syren and Quinne before they kept going at one another on the floor!”

We cut forward. Hudson shakes his head before turning to Owen who reaches under the ropes and pulls him down to the floor by his feet. The crowd cheers. Hudson slides down and Owen nails him with a hard right. Hudson staggers back. Owen nails him again and again. He backs up and runs at Hudson. Hudson lifts him up, but Owen jumps up and lands on the steel steps and hops over. Hudson then spins around and runs at Owen and nails him with a hard right. Owen fights back and the crowd roars as the two trade blows in the entrance way. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

We cut back to a live shot as Owen Lee is now in the ring. Daisy Lee stands on the floor, intentionally not getting in the ring. Owen Lee is handed a microphone. He takes it and walks back over to the middle of the ring. His music fades out as Owen turns to the stage.

Owen: “Cut the music!”

The music silences fully as Owen points to the stage.

Owen: “Hey Josh! Hudson! I figured I’d make it a bit easier this time. I’m ready to fight.”

The crowd roars.

Owen: “And since last week you couldn’t keep your hands off me, and since you seem to always want to take a cheap shot at you, I’ll make this simple. Daisy’s going to stay out there. This is between you and me. And you have a problem with me. You want to fight me. You want to kick my ass. Hell, you want to take me out!”

Owen looks around. The crowd boos.

Owen: “Well, Hudson, you can do it with the max impact. Take me out before Taking Hold of the Flame. You know, the night you keep talking about. A year ago, when I made the biggest mistake of my career.”

Owen looks around.

Owen: “So Hudson…I’m right here. Easy to find! Come and teach me your lesson!”

Owen backs up and puts the microphone down. He then walks to the middle of the ring and extends his arms. The crowd cheers as Owen looks around. He starts to then get the crowd going, using his arms to get them further excited.

Sharper: “Owen Lee is going to cut the in-between! Calling out Hudson!”

Knots: “Yeah and he wants a fight. Ballsy this close to one of the biggest opportunities to get back to the top!”

Owen keeps getting the crowd going before we see Josh Hudson on the big screen. He just smirks and straightens out his SCW United States Championship over his shoulder.

Hudson: “Owen! Owen…so young….so willing to just think everyone’s going to come down to fight.”

Hudson smirks as the crowd boos. Owen walks over and grabs the microphone.

Hudson: “Haven’t you realized Owen…the only thing about this that involves you is that I will make sure that you realize you control nothing except that you get to sit and wait until I strike to make sure you understand how much you screwed up a year ago and you deserved NONE of the respect people STILL give you.”

Owen: “Oh I have a different theory, Josh!”

Hudson: “What’s that?”

Owen: “You known damn well if we went face to face and you gave me a fair fight, you wouldn’t win!”

Hudson smirks and shakes his head.

Owen: “Attacking me backstage by jumping me when I wasn’t expecting it in my locker room. Attacking me last week. The low blow at Holly-Wood. Face to face, you know I’d kick your ass! It’s why you didn’t throw a punch two weeks ago and you knew last week, if I got free, you’d be the one questioning everything!”

Hudson: “Well, Owen, we’ll never know because I’m not stupid enough to come to that ring and risk injury.”

Owen turns and shakes his head and chuckles.

Hudson: “So keep talking tough, when there’s a reason I’m holding this title and you’re not and thank God for it!”

Hudson pauses as the crowd boos.

Hudson: “But don’t worry Owen…you can call me a coward all you want. But in eleven days, just like you, I’ll be one of the forty in the Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal. Like you said, you have two goals…you’re not reaching either of them. But mine…they’re simple. To win Taking Hold of the Flame and to toss your ass out of it!”

Hudson smiles as the crowd boos.

Hudson: “Who are you going to blame this year? Huh? And best of all…you won’t know when it’s coming!”

Owen: “It cuts both ways Hudson!”

Hudson: “Well, Owen…we’ll see. But again, I’ve already led by example. I tossed your ass out of the ring over the top last week. You…just like Holly-Wood of the South…lots of talk, but well…”

Hudson holds up his US Championship. He turns and walks off. “Duality” by Slipknot plays throughout the arena. Owen just turns back, shaking his head. Daisy shrugs as Owen turns and looks at the crowd.

Sharper: “Owen called out Josh Hudson. Hudson deciding discretion is the better part of valour.”

Lyman: “Didn’t stop him from taunting Owen and making another promise.”

Knots: “He’s right though. He’s beaten Owen. And he’s thrown him over the top!”

Sharper: “Let’s see what happens when Hudson can’t pick the perfect moment. And dear God am I hoping that Hudson is the one in that ring when Owen’s number is drawn!”

Owen shrugs to the crowd. He interacts with some fans, notably saying “I tried!” before turning and shaking his head.

Backstage, Datura is in her locker room just looking at the SCW Referee’s shirt that hangs in front of her. She sighs and grabs it. She then lets it go.

Datura: “How the hell did I get into this? I should’ve just stayed the hell away.”

There’s then a knock at the door. Datura heads over to the door and opens it. We then see Clam-Anastasia standing in the door way. She then extends a pamphlet to Datura.

Datura: “What the hell do you want?”

Clamidiya: “Offering you years of happiness for low-low prices-“

Datura grabs the pamphlet and looks at it. She then slams the door in front of Anastasia’s face. Datura looks at it and then throws it down on the bench under the referee’s shirt. She then sighs, shaking her head. She glances back at it and then grabs it, looking at it as the scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns with Selena Frost, holding her SCW World Championship, standing next to Jessica Winters.

Winters: “Welcome back to Breakdown. I’m here with the SCW World Champion, Selena Frost. Selena, tonight, you face Samuel Davis in what will be our main event tonight. But it’s all a way to send a message to your challenger at Taking Hold of the Flame, Giovanni ‘GiGi’ Aries.”

Selena: “That’s putting it mildly. For months, we’ve seen the Brand, and now the Haus, and apparently we have a Positive State, all claiming they represent some way to help the downtrodden. On one hand they’ve taken advantage of someone like Sammy Thomas Davies. They’re giving him a name. They’re putting him in the limelight. And he’s apparently happy to go along, paying God knows what, for help. At the same time, has he been helped? Sure, he won at Holly-Wood of the South…while Holly was literally standing on his back. Giovanni Aries is talking about how they’re taking over. He’s got his ideas of main eventing Rise to Greatness and making it a celebration of this. Like hell it will happen!”

Selena looks at the camera.

Selena: “I’ve never liked Giovanni. I know he hates me. And he can talk whatever talk. He pinned me six months ago. Good for him! I won’t make excuses as it just plays into him. Instead, I’m making statements. He’ll spin this like me trying to stamp out someone making better for themselves. Don’t con yourself into thinking that. Sammy is the same Sammy as before. He’s just got a group happy to drag him through the motions until he gets there. If he steps up himself, and shows something, I’ll shake his hand. But until then, I’ll expose the Haus of Nirvana and their money-stealing tactics just like they tried to expose me. The difference…I’ll succeed and then at Taking Hold of the Flame, I’ll go three for three. Beat Cid to win the title. Beat Holly to shut her up. And then I’m going to beat Giovanni Aries so SCW can watch Rise to Greatness where one fact is true. The World Champion and the challenger both earned their shot to be there! Believe it!”

Winters: “Selena Frost, fans. She faces Samuel Davis tonight. Back to ringside.”

Selena steps back as the scene cuts away.

Jenni Anderson vs. Beard

SCW Television Championship

“MONEY

MONEY

MONEY MAKE HER SMILE…”

The chorus line to Bruno Mars’ “Money Make Her Smile” plays out over the crowd before the introductory organ plays out, leading into the full song. Jenni Anderson steps out from the back, confidently striding as she stands before the booing crowd, clad in her ring gear and a long fur coat. She lowers a pair of obscenely expensive sunglasses and begins walking to the ring. Once at the foot of the ring, she stands and instructs the referee to open the ropes for her, which undoubtedly happens. Climbing onto the apron, she moves through the ropes and into the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a fifteen minute time limit and is for the SCW Television Championship! First, on her way to the ring, the challenger, from Reno, Nevada, she is the Queenpin, Jenni Anderson!”

Once in the ring, she lowers the coat down her back, looking out over the crowd as she removes her sunglasses entirely. She then sheds her entrance attire and passes them gracefully to the timekeeper - if anything ends up damaged, or one hair ends up out of place, she has the means to seek recompense for them… a fact she reminds the handler of her property.

Sharper: “Jenni Anderson about to challenge for the SCW Television Championship. Now I know Anderson can compete. We’ve not seen much of it here in SCW.”

Knots: “We saw a hell of a Queenpin’s Kiss a couple of weeks ago to Deanna Frost!”

Sharper: “But Jenni Anderson now getting this title shot with that controversy. Something doesn’t seem right here.”

The arena lights go completely black. Lightning begins to streak around the entrance way, as "The Terminator" theme blares through the sound system. Smoke rises from the stage as the lightning slowly dies down. As the music continues and the smoke clears, a figure turning slowly rises to its feet in the smoke. The music then transitions into "(Oh My) Darling Don’t Cry” by Run the Jewels as Beard reveals himself, stepping out from the smoke, with the crowd erupting in cheers. Beard, wearing the SCW Television Championship, makes his way to the ring, taking some time out to lean into the crowd.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from New York City, New York, he is the SCW Television Champion, Beard!”

He then runs and slides into the ring under the bottom rope. Once inside the ring, Beard climbs to the top rope and strokes his beard before extending his arms out and doing a backflip off of the top rope, landing on his feet, and dropping to one knee as the music dies down. He steps up and hands off the title to the official, Michael Constantine. Constantine holds the title over his head as the SCW Television Championship logo comes across the screen.

Sharper: “Beard is not going to be shying away from anything here. He’s taken on all comers. He’s stepped up to this.”

Lyman: “He had that breakthrough and he’s hoping to keep going. Keep fighting. Keep holding the TV Title!”

Constantine hands off the title and then looks at Beard before glancing at Jenni Anderson. Anderson nods and winks before Constantine calls for the bell.

Sharper: “And there’s the bell. No offer of money this week. That’s interesting.”

Lyman: “Very interesting.”

Anderson and Beard circle the ring. They watch one another before locking up in the middle of the ring. They push back on one another and Beard shoves Anderson back. She rolls over and looks up, backing up to the corner. Beard then looks at her before mockingly flexing. The crowd roars. Anderson gets up, wide-eyed. She gets up and shoves Beard, but Beard shoves her back. She falls back. She rolls over and gets up and runs at Beard and Beard hits a hip toss. The crowd roars. She gets up and Beard hits a deep arm drag. Anderson gets up and moves to the ropes and Beard runs at her and clotheslines her up and over the top rope to the floor. The crowd roars. Beard walks around the ring.

Sharper: “And Jenni Anderson sent up and over the top rope to the floor!”

Lyman: “Hard landing too!”

Knots: “And not the start she wanted. Maybe dig out the cash!”

Anderson starts to get up. (1) She looks up at the ring and tells the official to get Beard back. Beard backs up. (2) Anderson walks over to the steel steps. (3) She walks up them and then slowly walks along the apron. She steps into the ring. Beard then steps up. Anderson steps back out. Beard rolls his eyes and backs up as Anderson gets up and steps up and thumbs Beard in the eye. Beard staggers back. Anderson steps up and forearms Beard in the jaw. Beard staggers back and Anderson nails Beard again. The crowd boos. Anderson then leans in and chokes him in the corner.

Sharper: “Two count. Anderson kicks out.”

Lyman: “It’s refreshing to see her have to compete. We saw that with Deanna and now tonight against Beard.”

Knots: “Yeah and you thought something was funny!”

Beard gets up as Anderson stirs. Beard scoops her up and slams her down. Beard exits to the apron. Beard gets to the top rope as Anderson remains down. Beard jumps off going for the Mario Smash-Beard, but Anderson rolls out of the way. Beard hits the mat and rolls through. He gets up and runs at Jenni Anderson hits a drop toe hold. Beard slowly gets up as Anderson steps back and then hits a cartwheel into the Kick me Deadly. Beard goes down. Jenni smirks and looks around. Beard stirs as Anderson moves back and gets up. Beard slowly stirs and Jenni kick him in the side and then the shoulder. Beard rolls over. Anderson stomps him in the face before moving to the corner. She pulls herself up to the middle turnbuckle before stepping up and then dropping down with the Cash-Advance. She stays on Beard for the pin.

Anderson gets her shoulder up.

Sharper: “And only two. Anderson. Jenni Anderson showing some heart here!”

Lyman: “And Beard is getting a bit frustrated!”

Beard looks at her. He grabs her and pulls her up. He then hits a snap suplex. Anderson winces as Beard turns and exits to the apron. He climbs up to the top rope. Anderson rolls over and starts to get up. Beard then steadies himself. He dives off and goes for a diving forearm, but Anderson ducks. Beard rolls through. Beard gets up and turns and grabs Anderson. Anderson then reaches up and rakes the eyes. The crowd boos. Beard turns around and Anderson quickly takes him down with a snap back suplex. Beard rolls over and Anderson slides over and grabs his arm. She hooks it and locks in the Debt Repayment! The crowd roars as Beard yells in pain. He moves his legs and then moves his head around before suddenly Constantine gets up and calls for the bell. The bell sounds and the crowd boos.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via submission, and NEW SCW Television Champion, Jenni Anderson!”

Sharper: “Beard tapped out? He tapped out! Jenni Anderson is the new TV Champion!”

Lyman: “I don’t believe it!”

Anderson lets go and gets up. Beard rolls over, clutching at his arm, but looking a bit confused. Jenni Anderson walks over as Constantine is handed the SCW Television Championship before presenting it to Jenni. Jenni Anderson holds the title over her head and smiles. Beard moves to Constantine and tries to plead with him, but Anderson continues to celebrate. She then holds the title in front of her waist.

Sharper: “Beard is protesting. But the fact is, the bell sounded, the referee made a decision, and Jenni Anderson is your TV Champion!”

Anderson continues to celebrate as the scene abruptly cuts away.

The crowd roars as Anderson looks at the screen and then to Beard as Beard is watching too.

We then cut backstage to see CHBK walking backstage. He walks over and grabs a bottle of water and turns and starts to head down the hallway, presumably to head back to the Infamous locker room. But as he does, we then see Nicole Kinneck run up behind him and place a cloth over his mouth. CHBK struggles for a moment as Nicole pulls back. CHBK reaches around, trying to use the bottle of water as a weapon, but instead throwing it behind him, missing Nicole. Nicole then drops him down to the floor. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Pro! Pro attacking CHBK!”

Lyman: “And CHBK used chloroform against her a few weeks ago. Pro figured it out!”

Sharper: “What is she doing?”

CHBK is out as a result and Pro throws the cloth away before grabbing CHBK by the arms and starting to drag him off. The crowd roars as the scene cuts to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as Jenni Anderson walks backstage, proudly holding the SCW Television Championship. The crowd boos seeing her as she takes a few steps and then we see Deanna Frost waiting for her down the hallway. Jenni smirks as she walks forward.

Jenni: “Oh Deanna…did you get Selena to agree?”

Deanna: “You’re not facing her. Not without earning it.”

Jenni: “Well someone thought I deserved a shot at the TV Title and I proved ready for that. One just has to take advantage of their opportunities.”

Deanna: “Yeah, I’d love to know how you got that title shot. More importantly, I’d love to know what that was out there.”

Jenni: “A submission victory…and then a, and new!”

Deanna: “Yeah…that’s why Beard was stunned. I don’t think he tapped out.”

Jenni: “Well he panicked. Tough loss for him. He thought he was turning the corner.”

Deanna: “Yeah…well, Jenni. You talk about opportunities. I have mine. Shaun granted me my rematch against you at Taking Hold of the Flame. Time to see whether you are going to prove me wrong.”

Jenni: “And why would I care about that? I’m the new TV champion. Get me a shot at Selena and maybe you’ll get what you want. Everything has a price.”

Jenni steps past Deanna as Deanna watches her walk off.

Breakdown returns to the arena as we see Nicole Kinneck dragging CHBK out by the arm onto the stage. The crowd roars. Nicole Kinneck walks forward. An official comes out and immediately, Kinneck nails them with a hard right. The crowd roars. CHBK starts to stir, half out of it.

Sharper: “Nicole Kinneck having dragged CHBK out here-“

Lyman: “Used the storage crate to get them to the tunnel, but this…what is she planning?!”

Sharper: “Down goes Chris Oliver. A hard right and Nicole Kinneck flooring an official.”

Knots: “CHBK’s struggling! He’s moving!”

We then see Nicole Kinneck walking over to CHBK and stomping him in the head.

Sharper: “Using the same method Ravyn and CHBK used several weeks ago to con Nicole to being with Ravyn, not Gavin!”

Knots: “And CHBK is getting his ass kicked now!”

Nicole stomps him again as we see officials coming out and Ravyn Taylor and Alexander Crowe run through the tunnel and step forward. Nicole turns to then and steps back, placing her foot on CHBK’s throat.

Nicole: “Stay back! Stay back!”

Ravyn stops as she looks at CHBK and then at Nicole.

Ravyn: “Alright. We’ll step back. No need for anything rash.”

The camera is in close picking up their voices without microphones as officials also plead with Nicole not to do anything.

Sharper: “Nicole holding off Taylor and Crowe by standing on CHBK”s throat.”

CHBK struggles and Nicole turns and stomps him. She whips back, pointing at Alexander Crowe. Ravyn says something to Crowe and Crowe nods as Ravyn backs up and moves through the curtain to the back. Nicole just turns back and smirks, Pro clearly in control.

Nicole: “Where is she going? Doesn’t care about him?”

Crowe: “To get help you psycho!”

Nicole: “Psycho, hmmm?!”

Nicole then turns and lunges, shoving Alexander back. He falls into some of the officials. CHBK rolls over and tries to get up, but Nicole knees him in the head. CHBK staggers back and Nicole then shoves him back and throws him off the stage. CHBK falls back and through a lower platform. It breaks as CHBK goes through. The crowd erupts in cheers. CHBK is down in a heap as Nicole admires her work for a moment.

Sharper: “Nicole just threw CHBK off the stage!”

Lyman: “Thank God those lower platforms, used for pyro were there…I don’t care for the man, but I don’t want him to see him crippled because of his back issues!”

Nicole turns back to Alexander Crowe as she then steps up and grabs him as he gets up. The crowd roars as Nicole jumps up on his back and locks in a sleeper. Crowe staggers back and drops to a knee, struggling to get free as Nicole moves to her feet and pulls back. Crowe struggles as Nicole yells at the officials who also start to get back up.

Sharper: “And now she’s got another hostage!”

Knots: “I don’t get this! She’s so fast!”

Sharper: “And Ravyn Taylor, Infamous, they’ve never dealt with someone like Nicole. And Nicole, sorry…Pro, Nicole’s Protector personality, has defended Nicole for years!”

Lyman: “Where did Ravyn Taylor go? Clearly Alexander wants to buy time too!”

Nicole keeps pulling back on Crowe as he reaches around. Officials continue to stand off, as Nicole watches them, her eyes darting around. Just then, we cut to a wide shot as we see not Ravyn Taylor, but Polly Playtime climbing up the stairs on the side of the stage. She then looks at Nicole and Alexander and smiles before running over and throwing a cup of water on both. Nicole lets go of Alexander and Alexander Crowe rolls over, coughing. Playtime looks at Nicole.

Playtime: “Time to play now Nicole! You want to fight!”

Nicole rolls over and turns and then smiles as before getting up and turning around, her demeanour completely different.

Ducky: “Playtime! I love playtime! What are we playing with? Is it lellow?! I love lellow!”

Polly Playtime, at first, looks at Nicole confused.

Sharper: “Pro’s no longer in the driver’s seat. That’s Ducky!”

Knots: “She just switched on a dime!”

Playtime: “No, it’s not!”

Ducky: “Oh…Why not?!”

Playtime: “Because it’s not.”

Ducky: “But why not?!”

Playtime then turns and kicks Ducky in the ribs. She turns and throws Ducky into the side of the stage. Ducky rolls over, grimacing in pain. The crowd boos loudly as Playtime looks around at the crowd. Officials come into the scene and now break it up. They pull Playtime away from Ducky as we see Ravyn Taylor coming over to the stairs. She runs up them and then stops as Ducky rolls over, looking up at Playtime.

Ducky: “That’s not playing!”

Playtime just tries to get free from the officials as Alexander Crowe starts to get up. Ravyn steps up and Ducky turns to her.

Ducky: “Ravie!”

Ducky pulls herself up and runs over to Ravyn and quickly hugs her. Ravyn does a quick review of her before smiling as the crowd boos.

Sharper: “I don’t understand. Ducky now in the driver’s seat.”

Lyman: “Not coming out even when attacked…”

Sharper: “And she recognizes Ravyn Taylor! And look at this!”

Ravyn hugs Ducky back before stepping back and spinning around to be away from the edge. She then talks to Ducky as Ducky smiles and nods. The crowd boos as Polly Playtime is forced from the scene. Alexander Crowe walks over and looks at Ravyn and Ducky as officials come over. Ducky grabs Ravyn hard.

Ducky: “No! You get away! AWAY!”

Ducky then lunges, biting her teeth together, whether playing or trying to get officials away by threatening to bite them. A few officials meanwhile are checking on CHBK at this point, finally able to get to him as we cut away.

“The Old Me” plays throughout the arena as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. A shot of Christy Matthews & Autumn Valentine vs. Holly Adams & Cid Turner follows.

Sharper: “When we return, huge tag team match. Datura the special referee. Valentine & Matthews against Adams and Turner!”

Lyman: “Haven’t heard anything from Chapel. Guess didn’t find anything yet?!”

The scene fades to black.

And who are you?

The proud lord said

That I must bow so low?

The camera slowly fades into a shot of a plain wooden table in a dimly lit room. Upon the table, a simple plate with a chunk of bread sat upon it and next to it a simple pewter cup. Somewhere off camera, the dying embers of a fire snap and pop in defiance of their demise.

Only a cat of a different coat

That’s all the truth I know.

Slowly, from the shadows a pair of pail hands reach out and come to rest upon the table.

“Sacrament…Sacrilege…What’s the difference, in a room full of gluttons?”

The voice is clearly distorted, only serving to make the chuckle more ominous as the hands reach and tear the bread in two, exposing the fluffy bits beneath the harder crust.

“A stale body…in need of new blood…”

The hand plucks the chalice, and slowly begins to pour what is revealed to be a red wine onto the bread.

Blood being injected into the body.

“So unfortunate for you, that mine is [bleep]ing poisonous.”

Christy Matthews & Autumn Valentine vs. Holly Adams & Cid Turner

Special Referee: Datura

The lights fade down, and the ramp is cast with a heavy backlight. The acoustic guitar of Royal and the Serpent’s “Happier in Hell” begins.

“I’m afraid of medication but I think I should be on it.
I keep trying meditation but if I’m being honest
Doing anything that’s good for me makes me want to vomit.
I’m sorry for the mess I made I’ll clean it in the morning.”

From the light, the silhouette of Datura appears on the ramp. Her head is down, and her arms extend outward, her hands dancing to the rhythm of the music. As it goes on, Datura trudges down the ramp, basking in the light. She is reluctantly wearing an SCW official’s shirt.

Phillips: “Fans, please welcome the special referee for the following contest….Datura!”

“I don’t need your help you can keep the
Gary Vees and Ted Talks to yourself.
I’m glad it’s going well but
I’ve been to heaven. It’s happier in Hell.”

When Datura gets close to the ring, she gets a running start and slides underneath the bottom rope before immediately making her way to the corner. She climbs up onto the turnbuckle and sits with her back to the ring, screaming the words of the song to the audience.

"Maybe you're not sad enough. Maybe I should suck it up.
I'm an imposter. I'm a fraud. Most days I'm a devil
Today I'm a god. Maybe you're not sad enough.
Or maybe I should give it up."

As the second verse begins, Datura leans back and places herself in the tree of woe position, glaring across the ring with her arms crossed over her chest. After hanging there for several moments, the places her hands down on the mat and kicks off the turnbuckle. Spinning toward the center of the ring, she sighs and walks around the ring.

Sharper: “Datura coming out here. I’ll admit, I’m stunned she’s wearing the official’s shirt.”

Lyman: “That’s all well and good, but where will she fall? The Positive State, Holly Adams Brand, whatever you want to focus on, they’re trying hard.”

Sharper: “And she’s noted on social media that she’s lost. And…I don’t know what to speak here.”

A woman’s voice can be heard as the video screens display the words she's saying in unison.

"Lexy Chapel Proudly Presents"

"AUTUMN VALENTINE"

“Miss Nothing” by The Pretty Reckless hits the PA system as Autumn Valentine walks out onto the stage wearing a black jacket. Across her ring-gear we see the ‘Lexy Chapel Presents’ and ‘Chapel Show’ branding. She pauses on the stage for a moment before being joined by Lexy Chapel who starts pointing at her, and yelling at the fans to cheer for her. Around Lexy’s neck we see a lanyard which appears to be a manager’s license.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a thirty minute time limit. First, hailing from Los Angeles, California, accompanied, and PROUDLY represented, by Lexy Chapel, this is Autumn Valentine!”

Autumn walks to the ring accompanied by Lexy. She skips up to the apron and jumps up before sliding off her jacket and letting it fall to the floor. She then runs at the turnbuckles, climbing up and throwing up her arms before looking to the camera confidently. She jumps from the outside of the ropes to inside of the ring, rolling back to her feet before walking the middle of the ring and dropping down into the splits. Lexy walks behind her, pointing down at her and still trying to get the fans to support her. Lexy holds a hand down to pull Autumn back to her feet as Autumn walks to the corner as the music fades out.

Sharper: “Lexy Chapel out with Autumn. Maybe a break from everything else and the search for her phone.”

Lyman: “Yeah, but she has to focus. Autumn has to focus. She has Cid Turner for the Adrenaline Championship at Taking Hold of the Flame!”

Knots: “But she’s teaming with Christy Matthews tonight to maybe try and piss off the Brand!”

The opening “King of the World” by Porcelain and the Tramps hits the PA system. The fans cheer as we cut to black. Spotlights highlight areas of the crowd. We cut to an area of the crowd where we see Christy walking through. Her fists are taped and she’s wearing a red ring jacket with red hood pulled up over her head. Around her waist, just visible through the jacket, are both the United States and World Tag Team Championships around her waist.

...O R D E R O F C H A O S P R E S E N T S...

...C H R I S T Y M A T T H E W S...

Christy pauses, her head down for a moment before extending her arms in the mock crucifix pose. After a moment she starts walking to the ring. When she approaches ringside, she doesn’t even break stride, simply vaulting over the guardrail and toward the ring apron where she jumps up, quickly ascending the turnbuckles and extends her arms again in the mock crucifix pose.

Phillips: “Next, her partner, from the City of Angels, this is Christy Matthews!”

She steps up onto the top turnbuckle and then jumps down to the ring, taking off her jacket and throwing it into the corner. She then unclips both belts from her waist before dropping to her knees, extending her arms out again with one belt in each hand before collapsing back into a seated position in the corner. She pushes the titles out for the timekeeper to pick up as the music fades out.

Sharper: “Christy and Autumn teaming. They no longer trust Datura. Add that issue. But they don’t care for Cid or Holly to say the very least.”

Knots: “And Christy is calling out Holly. She has an issue with her.”

*Yes Bitch*
*Yes Bitch*
*Yes Bitch*
*SLAY*

The intro from “W FACE” by Kumi Koda quickly fades out as we suddenly hear the voice of Giovanni “GiGi” Aries.

*“For 5 EASY Payments of 29.99!”*

“Boss Bitch” by Doja Cat comes in full force around the arena as The Housewives of Beverly Hills camera crew back out onto the stage while Holly Adams steps up onto the stage, spinning into place at the top of the ramp. We then see Cid Turner, wearing the SCW Adrenaline Championship, walk out and tensely looking out toward the crowd all the while Cookie skips around in the background. Holly Adams poses with her hand on her hip and her other hand high in the air as she pageant waves to the booing crowd. She heads to the ring and Cid and Cookie walk after her.

Phillips: “Their opponents, representing the Holly Adams Brand, trademarked, accompanied by Cookie Dreams, they are the team of the SCW Adrenaline Champion, Cid Turner, and Holly Adams!”

Holly starts to sing along with her theme song, looking directly into the camera closest to her. She flashes a million-dollar smile before putting her hand on the camera and pushing it away and she gets into the ring. Cid climbs up the steps, slowly walking across the apron to the corner and pulling himself up onto the second rope, standing on the turnbuckle and looking around the arena while taking a deep breath. Holly grabs the top rope, bends down, and then snaps back quickly, flipping her blonde hair over her head, smiling brightly for the cameras while Cid climbs down from the turnbuckle and takes his place in the corner. Holly joins them in the corner and looks out to the crowd, once again pageant waving as the music begins to die down. Cid hands off the Adrenaline Championship to Cookie for safe keeping.

Sharper: “Holly Adam and Cid Turner out with Cookie Dreams. Cid Turner, the Adrenaline Champion, teaming up with Holly Adams in this one.”

Lyman: “Cid Turner better be on his A-game. Autumn Valentine would love to get a pin on him tonight.”

Sharper: “Datura stopped that a couple of weeks ago, interfering. Tonight, she’s the official. And this is going to be interesting. Cid Turner already try to talk to Datura.

Cid walks over to Datura, but Datura immediately calls for the bell to start the match. Cid turns as Autumn runs over and past Datura and nails Cid with a hard forearm and then another. Christy and Holly exit the ring. Autumn nails Cid again into the corner. Datura looks on and then shakes her head, starting to count.

1!

2!

3!

4!

Autumn steps back and glances at Datura.

Autumn: “This time, just stay out of the way and count to three.”

Autumn turns back as Cid rakes the eyes. The crowd boos. Cid spins Autumn into the corner and kicks her in the ribs before kicking her over and over. Autumn slowly slides down to a seated position.

Cid steps back and turns back to Datura.

Cid: “Just the fall. Count to three. You know what that’s like.”

Cid turns back, but Datura grabs him and spins him around. The crowd roars. Holly snaps at Datura as Autumn gets up and nails Cid in the side of the head. Cid falls over and down to the mat.

Sharper: “And Cid and Autumn both focusing on each other. And both seeing Datura in the way!”

Knots: “Both jawing at her and Cid said something to Datura that set her off!”

Cid starts to get up and Autumn elbows him in the back of the head. Lexy jumps up and cheers. Autumn then steps back and just boots Cid in the ass. Cid falls into the corner. Autumn steps up and climbs up to the middle turnbuckle, straddling Cid and nails him with a series of hard right hands. The crowd cheers as Cid takes each shot as Datura comes over and counts again.

Autumn hops down and shakes her head before grabbing Cid and going to whip him across, but Cid spins through and sends her in. Autumn hits the corner. She steps forward and Cid runs at her. Autumn ducks a clothesline attempt. Cid stops and turns around and Autumn hits a dropkick. Cid falls into the corner and then falls forward.

Sharper: “Hard dropkick. The impact sends Cid into the turnbuckle.”

Lyman: “Snapping back and then forward.”

Sharper: “And now a cover!”

Autumn rolls him over for the pin.

Cid kicks out. Autumn gets up and grabs Cid and pulls him up and just then Cid hits a jawbreaker. Autumn stumbles back. Cid then turns and tags in Holly. Cid falls to a knee. Holly enters as Autumn steps forward and Holly nails her with a clothesline. She then snaps at Christy. Christy just glares at her as Datura watches her. Holly then turns to Datura, pointing at her. Datura just shakes her head as Holly dives down onto Autumn and cradles her head before slamming it repeatedly into the mat. The crowd boos as Autumn tries to grab at Holly and Holly keeps slamming her over and over and over before turning and hooking the leg.

1!

2!

Autumn kicks out. Holly turns to Datura.

Holly: “Remember…count as if its not me, Starbucks!”

Datura shakes her head again as Holly turns and grabs Autumn and runs her into the corner.

Sharper: “Holly even getting on Datura’s case.”

Lyman: “I thought they were recruiting her?”

Knots: “Sometimes you just need the tough love. Lord knows Datura does enough of it to herself. They’re probably speaking her language!”

Holly kicks Autumn in the ribs as Christy extends her arm. Holly whips Autumn across the ring. Holly runs after and Autumn manages to step through the ropes and duck through before Holly hits the turnbuckles. She staggers back and Autumn springboards to the top rope and hits a dropkick. Holly rolls through. The crowd ohs. Autumn gets up and winces and walks along the ropes to the corner and tags in Christy Matthews. The crowd roars. Matthews enters the ring as Holly gets up and Holly throws a hard right, but Matthews blocks it and hits a shoot kick to the stomach of Holly before hitting a shoot kick to her thigh. Holly yelps and Christy then hits a jumping enziguri kick to the jaw. Holly falls back.

Sharper: “We know Holly likes her kicks, but so does Christy and Christy cracks Holly in the jaw!”

Knots: “Watch the face!”

Sharper: “Christy is and sees it as a great target!”

Holly stirs and Christy grabs her, pulling her up and hits a snap suplex. She floats over for the pin.

1!

2!

Holly kicks out. Christy then grabs Holly and pulls her up. She then chops her across the chest. The crowd woos. Holly yells out. Christy chops her again and Holly rakes her eyes. Datura just watches as Holly runs into the ropes, bouncing off and then spins around Christy and into a school boy.

1!

2!

Christy kicks out. Both women get up and Holly forearms Christy in the jaw. She turns and snapmares her over. She runs into the ropes and bounces off, running down Christy’s back. Christy winces and Holly hits the opposite side and hits a running basement dropkick. Holly goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Christy gets her shoulder up.

Sharper: “Holly hitting Beautiful, Blonde, Perfect, only for a two.”

Knots: “And now here comes Cid Turner!”

Lyman: “Holly and Cid maybe finally bringing in some teamwork in this one.”

Holly drags Christy over and tags in Cid. Cid enters and Holly then mounts Christy and yells at her before nailing her with a couple of hard forearms.

Holly: “Have a problem with me! Have a problem with this! Free coaching!”

Holly nails her with a few more before Cid convinces her to get up. Cid then stomps her in the face before stepping back and dragging Christy away from the corner and dropping down for the pin.

1!

2!

Autumn starts to enter, but Christy kicks out in time. Cid gets up and grabs Christy. Christy winces as Cid then scoops her up and hits a back suplex. Cid turns and exits to the apron. He then climbs up to the top rope. He looks down at Christy and goes for a top rope elbow drop but Christy moves out of the way. Cid rolls over, holding his arm. The crowd cheers. Christy then starts to get up as Cid slowly gets up and pops up and Christy then jumps up and hits a Far, Far Away. She turns and tags in Autumn. The crowd cheers as Autumn climbs to the top rope. Christy gets up and grabs her and sends her off with the rocket launcher. Autumn goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Holly enters and breaks it up as Christy then nails her with a forearm shot.

Sharper: “Autumn almost had Cid there. But Christy, finally succumbing to some of the shots, couldn’t stop Holly!”

Lyman: “Is now and Datura is losing control of this one!”

Sharper: “Outside of the issues early on, more getting in the way of the fighting, Datura has been a non-factor thus far.”

Christy nails Holly with another shot and then backs up and nails her with a clothesline, knocking her up and over the top rope. Christy steps through and follows. Cid starts to get up and Autumn kicks him in the ribs a couple of times before grabbing him and pulling him out and trying to go for a bulldog. Cid shoves her off. Autumn hits the ropes and bounces off and Cid goes for a spinebuster. He connects and Cid falls on top of Autumn for the pin.

1!

2!

Autumn gets her shoulder up. Christy starts to slide in to break it up, but Holly grabs her leg and pulls her out and before running her into the ringpost. Christy spins off and drops to the floor. The crowd boos.

Sharper: “Christy saw Autumn in trouble. And Holly sends Christy into the ringpost!”

Lyman: “This is all Holly Adams Brand right now!”

Cid Turner gets up and Autumn stirs. Cid walks over and clubs her in the back. He then scoops her up, but Autumn manages to slide down behind him. Cid spins around and Autumn kicks him in the ribs and hits the Pink Whisper. The crowd erupts in cheers. Cid rolls through to her back. Holly then pulls herself onto the apron. Datura turns and heads over and tells her to get down as Autumn hooks Cid’s leg. The crowd counts.

Crowd: “1! 2! 3! 4!...

Holly keeps Datura’s attention as Autumn looks up.

Sharper: “Autumn had Cid down. You could count to three, thirty-three or forever!”

Lyman: “And Holly knows this. But is Datura aware! Is she being used or working with her?!”

Knots: “Autumn is seeing this and isn’t happy!”

Autumn gets up and steps forward and grabs Datura and spins her around before kicking Holly in the ribs. Holly falls back and lands on her feet before falling to the barricade. Autumn turns to Datura, berating her for letting Holly distract her. Autumn then turns around and Cid grabs her by the head and takes her down with the small package! Lexy pulls herself onto the apron, but Datura is focused on the pin.

1!

2!

3!

Cid lets go as the bell sounds. Autumn rolls over, stunned, as Cid rolls out of the ring. Lexy looks around before pointing to herself.

Chapel: “What the hell?! I’m standing right here, referee!”

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via pinfall, Cid Turner and Holly Adams, the Holly Adams Brand…trademarked!”

Sharper: “Cid Turner, and of course, with that damn inside cradle, and keeps Autumn down for three!”

Knots: “Datura did it! She counted to three! And for once, it’s not her shoulders to the mat!”

Sharper: “Oh stop it! Autumn is upset. Christy is on the floor. Lexy Chapel is complaining she wasn’t stopped!”

Lyman: “She tried to match Holly. But Datura was already focused on the action. Cid and Holly steal this.”

Sharper: “The story is Datura, wittingly or not, plays a key role and Autumn Valentine had Cid down for three, but it doesn’t matter. It wasn’t counted.”

Knots: “Exactly!”

Cid backs up, holding his arm in the air. He looks at Datura and nods as Cookie runs over and joins Cid. Lexy pouts on the apron as Autumn slowly gets up. Christy pulls herself onto the apron on the floor as Holly walks over to Cid. She turns back and blows a kiss at Datura. Datura just looks at them before turning to Autumn who just glares at her. Cid and Holly start to head to the back, Cookie handing Cid his Adrenaline Championship.

CHBK is in the trainer’s room, wincing in pain as Ravyn Taylor walks out of the room. Syren is standing across from the door. Ravyn walks over to her.

Ravyn: “He’ll be okay. Sore for a while.”

Syren: “You sure you know what you’re doing here? Because it looks like you just started a war that all of us are going to be in on.”

Ravyn: “This is my war. Not yours. You made that clear. Unless she crosses you again.”

Syren: “Well Ravyn, I asked Shaun to double-check. She’s in the Taking Hold of the Flame. That should clarify things for me. I will go through her, but again, for me. Have you entered?”

Ravyn just smiles as Syren.

Ravyn: “Maybe, maybe not.”

Ravyn glances at the camera. Syren does too.

Syren: “We’ll talk about it at home.”

Ravyn: “Of course.”

Syren shakes her head and sighs and heads off as Ravyn watches her leave. She turns and heads back to the trainer’s room.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage, we open up to see officials standing between Datura and Autumn Valentine, who has Lexy Chapel with her.

Datura: “Look! I was keeping her out of the ring!”

Lexy: “Why not me? Am I not important?”

Datura: “I saw the fall. You know what. Why am I arguing this-“

Autumn: “Because I don’t like being screwed especially since it looked like you were looking at joining those scam artists!”

Datura sighs. Autumn steps up as officials keep her back.

Autumn: “I have Cid at Taking Hold of the Flame. But if I see you out there, I don’t care what side, I will make sure you regret it. I’m not letting another chance at the Adrenaline Championship slip through my hands!”

Lexy: “Yeah! And do you know who stole my phone? Was it you?!”

Autumn just looks at Lexy as Lexy steps back as Datura looks at Lexy confused before Lexy and Autumn walk off.

Glory Braddock vs. Polly Playtime

The first chords of “When Legends Rise” by Godsmack begins to play over the PA system. Glory Braddock steps out onto the stage, wearing her ring gear consisting of purple spandex pants, boots, and a purple top. She grins from ear to ear, gazing out at the crowd for a moment before making her way down the entrance ramp.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a twenty minute time limit. Introducing first, from London, England, she is The British Bombshell, Glory Braddock!”

It's burning down, it's burning high

when ashes fall the legends rise

We burned it out oh my oh why

When ashes fall the legends rise

Sharper: “Glory Braddock making her way to the ring, facing an opponent that her student is quite familiar with.”

Lyman: “Right, Amelia took on Polly in the first round of the United States Championship tournament at Holly-Wood of the South, even coming out on top with a submission victory, so she might have had a few words of advice for Glory before this one!”

The British Bombshell steps up the steel steps and then onto the ring apron. She poses momentarily on the apron, allowing people to take snapshots before stepping through the ropes and into the ring.  Once in the ring Glory heads to the center of the ring and poses once more while her music fades out.

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot and then the words “START GAME” show up on SCW’s Jumbotron. A bunch of girls can be heard giggling before “C’est La Vie” by B*Witched begins to play. The music plays for quite some time and it is not until it comes to the first chorus that Polly emerges from the backstage area wearing a frilly pink skirt and a very cute and fashionable strapless crop top that has black paw prints on it. She is carrying a personally made microphone, clearly wanting to make the world wait to see her before she starts down the ramp.

Knots: “And here comes the busy body!”

Sharper: “We’ve already seen some of Polly tonight, but now she’ll be in action here.”

Lyman: “And to go along with her actions earlier, she’s been just as aggressive inside the ring as well. The new mindset picked her up a win last time out and she’ll be looking to get more eyes on her with a big win here.”

The crowd boos as Polly arrives down at the ringside area. She walks up the steel steps and into the ring and is very careful to not show off any of her assets. She hands over her personalized microphone to Jason Phillips and tells him to announce her using ONLY that microphone.  He looks at her and just shrugs before taking it.

Jason Phillips: “Here she is ladies and gentlemen. From Panguitch, Utah, she is the girl that just LOVES to play…Polly Playtiiiiime!”

She immediately snatches her microphone back away from him and nods, telling him “Good job”, before she heads to her assigned corner. She sets the microphone down in the corner. It’s here that she begins to warm up for the upcoming matchup as her music fades. Glory stretches out in the opposite corner as the bell sounds. Glory steps towards the middle of the ring. Polly suddenly charges forward, going for a clothesline. Glory ducks it and catches the arm, twisting Polly into a hammerlock. Glory pushes Polly forward into the corner. Polly wildly throws her free arm back and catches Glory in the head. Polly turns her back into the corner. Glory recovers quickly and runs at Polly, but Polly trips her up with a drop-toe hold. Glory’s face hits the middle turnbuckle. The crowd ohs. She starts to get back to her feet, but Polly comes from behind and sweeps her into a schoolgirl.

1!

Polly throws her legs onto the ropes.

2!

Glory kicks out and rolls away.

Sharper: “Almost a quick victory for Polly there with her foot on the ropes!”

Lyman: “Referee not seeing it, but Glory managed to get out of it.”

Polly stays on Glory as Glory gets to her feet. Polly throws her leg up for a chick kick, but Glory ducks it before slipping behind Polly and catching her in a waistlock. Glory pushes Polly up against the ropes before using the momentum to roll backwards and trap Polly into an O’Connor roll.

1!

Glory grabs Polly’s tights.

2!

Polly pushes Glory off just in time. Polly rolls back to her feet and stops to look at Glory, who’s smirking back at her.

Sharper: “And now Glory showing Polly that two can play that game!”

Knots: “For Glory, she’s just playing with Polly, but you can see that Polly’s not taking it well!”

Polly angrily shakes her head and runs at Glory. Glory steps to the side and pushes Polly towards the ropes. Polly falls over the top rope, but lands safely on the apron. She takes a moment to straighten herself, but Glory lunges at her with a superkick! The crowd roars as Polly flies off the apron, out onto the floor next to the announcer’s desk.

Sharper: “Polly spilling to the outside!”

Glory looks out to see Polly trying to get up quickly. She runs across the ring and hits the ropes before running forward and leaping through the ropes with a suicide dive, but Polly rolls out of the way and Glory crashes right into the announcer’s desk! The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Oh, but Glory coming up empty!”

Knots: “Not quite empty. Got a face full of wood!”

Lyman: “Former Adrenaline Champion, showing us a bit of that style, but it backfired.”

Polly gets to her feet, still holding her jaw. (1) She stomps Glory a few times. (2) She picks Glory up and throws her right back into the desk. The crowd ohs. She picks Glory up and whips her into the apron. (3) Polly runs at Glory, but Glory throws a boot up and catches Polly in the face! The crowd roars as Polly stumbles back. (4) Glory steps towards Polly, but Polly bends down and tosses Glory over her back, right onto the table! The crowd ohs again.

Sharper: “Look out now! On our table!”

Lyman: “Not breaking it, thankfully.”

Knots: “Yet!”

(5) Polly shakes the cobwebs off and rips Glory off the desk. She drags Glory towards the apron and slams her face into it. (6) Polly rolls Glory inside the ring and immediately hops onto the apron, heading for the corner. Glory rolls onto her back while Polly climbs to the top rope. Polly leaps off and comes crashing down onto Glory with a splash! She stays on Glory for the cover.

Polly looks up at the referee and shakes her head. She gets to her feet, bringing Glory up with her by the hair. Glory cries out. The referee warns Polly, who just tosses Glory into the corner. Polly runs at her and drills her with a running back elbow. She grabs Glory and turns her in the corner, pressing her chest up against the top turnbuckle. Polly again grabs Glory by the hair and begins slamming her head into the top turnbuckle repeatedly. The referee warns her about the hair again before starting a count.

4!

Polly lets go and Glory falls to the mat. The referee goes to check on her. Polly uses the moment to turn into the corner and start ripping the top turnbuckle pad off.

Sharper: “And look at Polly, taking off that protective pad!”

Polly manages to rip the pad off, letting it fall to the outside. She turns to see Glory trying to get up, but she runs forward and kicks her in the chest, sending her back on her back. Polly goes to her legs and hooks them both, standing up straight and looking to slingshot.

Lyman: “And now planning on sending Glory right into that exposed turnbuckle!”

Polly falls back and flings Glory into the corner. Glory lands on her feet and gets her hands on the ropes before she hits. She looks down at the exposed pad and raises an eyebrow.

Sharper: “Glory avoiding it though!”

Glory turns around and Polly tries to grab her by the hair again. The referee tries to get in between them, but Glory just pokes her finger into Polly’s eye. The crowd roars as Polly staggers back, nursing the eye. The referee warns Glory. Glory just shrugs before walking towards Polly.

Sharper: “And now Glory with another shortcut!”

Knots: “Referee having trouble keeping up with these two tricksters!”

Glory steps behind Polly and hooks both of her arms. She spins and goes for The Glorification, but Polly pushes her into the ropes. Glory hits chest-first into the ropes and stumbles back into Polly, who grabs Glory’s arm and yanks her back for a short-arm clothesline, but Glory ducks it and slips free. Polly turns into a kick to the gut from Glory. Glory quickly hooks Polly’s head before hoisting her up and planting her with Beautiful Insanity! The crowd roars.

Sharper: “That big DDT!”

Glory turns Polly over and hooks both legs for the deep cover.

1!

2!

Polly throws a shoulder up at the last second. The crowd oohs. Glory sits up and looks at the referee, who holds up two fingers. Glory nods.

Sharper: “Nearfall there. Polly holding her own against Glory so far, but you can see Glory’s feeling it now.”

Lyman: “And look, not wasting any time here, just staying on Polly.”

Glory spins to her feet and grabs Polly’s legs. She goes to twist them up, but Polly struggles, wiggling around on the mat in an attempt to get free.

Knots: “Maybe looking for the cloverleaf that her student used to finish Polly off!”

Glory tries to turn Polly, but a wild kick from Polly hits its mark, catching Glory in the face. Glory stumbles back and quickly shakes the hit off, once again going for Polly’s legs, but Polly reaches up and pulls Glory down into a small package!

2!

Glory shifts her weight, trapping Polly into a package of her own.

1!

2!

Polly breaks free. Both get to their feet, but Glory is a bit faster, reaching down and grabbing Polly. Glory swings around for a neckbreaker, but Polly manages to slip out of it, ending up behind Glory. Polly reaches back and hooks both of Glory’s arms before falling forward into a backslide pin!

1!

2!

Glory rolls out of it, straight to her feet. As Polly gets up, Glory goes for a scissors kick, but Polly pulls back. Glory lands awkwardly and buckles to a knee. Polly reacts quickly and runs at her before diving over her and rolling her into a sunset flip!

1!

2!

Glory rolls backwards out of it, immediately grabbing Polly’s legs on her way up. Glory flips forward into a jackknife pin!

1!

2!

Polly pushes Glory off.

Sharper: “Just trading pinfalls here!”

Lyman: “Polly with a good variety, just trying to finish this!”

Both women roll to their feet. Polly goes for a spinning elbow, but Glory ducks it. Glory turns and boots Polly in the gut before quickly hooking her head. She hoists Polly up for another Beautiful Insanity, but Polly slips out of it, stumbling towards the ropes. Glory runs at her and Polly throws a boot up, catching Glory. Glory staggers back. Polly stays on her and hits her with a kick to the side. Glory buckles to a knee. Polly turns and runs at the ropes. She jumps up and springboards off the middle rope, turning in mid-air for a flying crossbody, but Glory meets her halfway in the air and catches her, dropping right into Shekhinah Glory! The crowd roars as Polly fights it, trying desperately to relieve the pressure of the hold.

Sharper: “Oh, but Glory! Caught Polly!”

Knots: “Plucked her from the air, right into that triangle!”

Polly reaches her leg out towards the bottom rope, but can’t quite reach. She starts to fade fast before weakly tapping out. The crowd roars as the referee calls for the bell. Glory releases the hold and pushes Polly off of her.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via submission, Glory Braddock!”

“When Legends Rise” plays as the referee pulls Glory to her feet, quickly raising her arm in the air. Glory looks out to the crowd and nods.

Sharper: “Another submission victory for Glory Braddock!”

Lyman: “She’s built a bit of a reputation for Shekhinah Glory. It’s hard to get out once you’re trapped in it and Polly found that out the hard way tonight.”

The referee pulls away from Glory and goes to check on Polly, who angrily rolls out of the ring. Polly sits on the outside, just trying to catch her breath.

Knots: “And now she’s sucking air!”

Sharper: “Polly hoping for some momentum heading into Taking Hold of the Flame, but it wasn’t meant to be.”

Lyman: “Still, her new approach got her close. If she can bring that aggressiveness into the event, she can bring hell to 39 other people.”

Sharper: “But for now, she’s left to lick her wounds as Glory Braddock grabs the win.”

Glory walks to the corner and climbs up to the middle rope before posing for the crowd. She nods along as the crowd cheers before she hops down and makes her way out of the ring.

Backstage, we cut to show the camera filming through a door frame as Adam Allocco talks to Hiro Tanaka as an examiner moves in the background.

Allocco: “There you go. A fresh sample. Sorry it took so long.”

Tanaka: “Sometimes you need to do what you do.”

Allocco: “You’re actually approving?”

Tanaka: “Maybe I just think Ace Marshall deserves some humility. Let’s just hope for you, this come back clean.”

Allocco: “It will. I’m not screwing this up. Not this chance. Not after everything. And not with the chance to get my hands on Ace in the Taking Hold of the Flame and maybe actually make Alistaire proud too.”

Tanaka: “Well Adam…good luck. Tonight and at Taking Hold of the Flame.”

Allocco: “Hmmm…thanks Hiro.”

Allocco walks out of the room as we see Ace run over and nail Allocco with a hard right. Ace nails him again and then Adam fires back. They trade blows as Ace grabs Allocco and tries to take him down, but Allocco remains on his feet. Hiro Tanaka runs over and starts to break them up again. Ace then pulls away and turns and goes to move into the testing room, but Hiro runs over and grabs him. Ace tries to pull away as other officials run into the scene. Ace pulls away and backs up. Adam watches him as he steps forward. Tanaka holds Adam back as Ace backs away. The scene cuts to black.

The Taking Hold of the Flame 2022 logo comes up on the screen. We then see shots of CHBK celebrating, before showing Nicole Kinneck spinning around in the ring, and then showing Mitch Doogan heading to the ring.

“And now your Taking Hold of the Flame memory, sponsored by LexyCorp!”

“2011”

We open up to see Chad Evans and Shawn Winters as the last two in the ring.

Sharper: “Number thirty versus Number forty here. And we’ve never had two number thirties win it in a row. We’ve never had two final entrants win it in a row.”

Dawson: “History either way you look at it.”

Knots: “Plus, for Chad Evans, he needs to prove those two idiots wrong!”

Chad walks around and smiles as he looks at Winters. Winters slowly tries to pull himself up and Chad just tells him to get up. Winters keeps pulling himself up as the crowd boos. Evans then walks over and grabs Winters before dragging him back and to the middle of the ring. He has him in an inverted front face lock before kneeing him in the back. Winters winces in pain and Evans spins out, but Winters blocks it and pushes him forward. Evans runs forward and bounces off the ropes. Winters lunges and attempts the Kiss the Sky, but Evans blocks it and catches his foot. He then pulls him in and goes for a dragon screw, but Winters falls to his back and pushes Evans back. Evans falls into the corner. Winters turns and gets up and goes over to Evans and Evans nails him with a back elbow. He then hits a hard right. Winters retaliates with a chop. The crowd woos. Evans then attempts another hard right, but Winters blocks it. Winters then knees him in the ribs before turning and whipping him into the ropes. Evans bounces off the ropes and Winters turns and goes to lift Evans up, but Evans spins through and grabs Winters by the head and goes to throw him over the top rope. Winters however spins through and lands on the apron. Evans then backs up and runs at Winters, but Winters nails him with a shoulder to the ribs. Winters then slingshots himself into the ring and hits a DDT. The crowd roars as Evans rolls over. Winters turns to his side, still in pain. He holds his back and starts to pull himself up. He then looks at Evans as Evans rolls over and starts to pull himself up.

Knots: “Chad Evans is still getting up. Winters back is screwed up. Something has to give!”

Sharper: “Who is going to make the first mistake? These two rivals know each other well. They’ve had huge matches in the past. They’ve worked together in the past.”

Winters stirs and pulls himself up as Evans gets up. He then runs at Winters. Winters however side steps him. Evans hits the ropes and Winters nails him with a forearm. He hits another and goes to fire Evans into the ropes, but Evans spins through and sends Winters in. Winters bounces off the ropes and Evans lifts him up and has a spinebuster. The crowd ohs and Winters rolls over in pain. Evans then gets up and looks at Winters as Winters grimaces in pain. Evans just smirks before bending over and grabbing Winters. He lifts him up and places his head between his legs. He then looks around. He goes to lift him up, but Winters blocks it and counters with a back drop. Evans hits the mat and rolls over and gets back up and instinctively uses the ropes. Winters then turns and lunges and nails him with the Kiss the Sky, causing Evans to go up and over the top rope. Evans tries to grab the ropes, but just barely touches them before crashing to the mats. The crowd roars as the bell sounds and Winters falls to his knees.

Sharper: “I don’t believe it!”

Knots: “Ha! He told you! He told all of us. The championship belt was as good as his.”

Sharper: “And it may just be. Shawn Winters has eliminated Chad Evans and now has a first class ticket right to Rise to Greatness! Shawn Winters will challenge for the World Championship in Minnesota on July 24th!”

The Taking Hold of the Flame logo comes up on the screen.

The scene opens up inside the ring. “Paranoid” by Black Sabbath plays over the sound system as Kimberly Williams stands in the ring, in front of a podium. Across from her is a new Wasley, her loaded stuffed Penguin, acting as an audience. Kimberly Williams has the SCW Underground Championship around her waist. She looks around as the crowd cheers her.

Sharper: “There you see the new Underground Champion, a week removed from the war she had with Konrad Raab, where she won the title!”

Knots: “Well Wasley is back!”

Sharper: “Destroyed last week in that match against Konrad Raab. But I guess Wasley underwent surgery.”

Knots: “Ha!”

Kimberly smiles as she looks around, the music fading out.

Kimberly: “They gave the crazy one a live mic!”

Kimberly laughs as she looks around.

Kimberly: “But more importantly, I’ve got this back around my waist.”

Kimberly slaps the Underground Championship.

Kimberly: “My Underground Championship. No more Oktoberfest holding what should always been mine. You did a good job. You had some blood spilled. But time for the Queen of the Deathmatch to take this mantle back and now the most important title in SCW is back around my waist!”

Kimberly smiles as the crowd gives a mixed reaction.

Sharper: “Most important title? It’s certainly prestigious, but many focus on the World Title!”

Lyman: “But it’s Kim. She’s on a different wavelength!”

Kimberly: “What? You think the World Title is most important. Oh no. I’ve made that clear. I don’t care about the World Title…Okay…that’s not true. I caaaaaaaare about it. Just in a different way. Just like some of you caaaaaaaare about Deanna Frost. By some, I mean Selena, and no one else! Just like some of you think I’m sane. But I’m not!”

Kimberly smiles.

Kimberly: “Or like some of you think Wasley was killed DEAD by Oktoberfest. He would’ve liked that. Shaun Cruiserweight too. But Shaun Cruiserweight sucks and Wasley is a resilient penguin! Plus, a lot of high quality stitching helped!”

Kimberly chuckles.

Kimberly: “But thanks to everything last week, the blood spilled, the glass broken, the light tubes destroyed, the egos hurt, I now have this microphone here.”

Kimberly knocks on the microphone, causing the thudding to echo throughout the arena.

Kimberly: “And I’m already focusing on what’s next!”

Kimberly looks around.

Kimberly: “Do you want to know what’s next?”

Some in the crowd yell “Yes!”

Kimberly: “Well I’m going to Take Hold of the Flame!”

Kimberly looks around.

Knots: “I thought she didn’t want the title shot.”

Kimberly: “Oh what? You’re confused. Yeah, I know. World Title shot. Rise to Greatness. Yadda yadda yadda. BUT…World Title shot Rise to Greatness means Underground Title, MAIN EVENT, Rise to Greatness….”

Kimberly smiles sadistically.

Kimberly: “Coming along children…Wasley’s on board…and everyone else better be. Because I see thirty-nine victims all for Kimmymania to run wild!”

Just then “Thunderstruck” by AC/DC starts to play throughout the arena. The crowd erupts in cheers as we cut to the stage to see Thundering Terry Marshall step out from the back and point to the ring. He wags his finger as he then starts to walk to the ring.

Sharper: “Kimmymania may want to run wild, but Thundermania is here!”

Terry Marshall walks to the ring and over to the steel steps as Kimberly Williams watches him as he then walks up the steel steps and then steps into the ring.

Knots: “Has Marshall ever been in the ring with someone like Kimberly Williams?”

Sharper: “I don’t know, but I think we’re going to find out.”

Marshall walks past Kimberly Williams and extends his hand. He’s handed a microphone and he turns back, looking through his sunglasses as the new Underground Champion.

Terry: “What did I hear about Kimmymania, sister?”

Kimberly: “Kimmymania is running wild at Taking Hold of the Flame.”

Terry: “You must be mistaken, jack, because the only thing running wild in eleven days at the Flame is Thundermania, sister! Just like last week when I made my long awaited debut in the Sup Cee Dub, dude, I walked out the winner. And if I have to send thirty-nine others, including you and your Kimmymania, over the top rope, all the way to march to Rise to Greatness, then that’s just what Thundermania is gonna do!”

The crowd cheers as Kimberly looks around. Terry Marshall looks around at the crowd as they continue to cheer him.

Kimberly: “Well, I don’t know how Thundermania is going to run wild if Kimmymania is!”

Terry: “I don’t think you understand, sister…Thundermania is gonna win, sister, and you and everyone other wrestler coming out, jack, is gonna get Thunderstruck!”

The crowd roars before we see Diamond Steele stepping out from the back, microphone in her hand. She storms to the ring.

Diamond: “Okay, enough, enough, enough!”

The crowd boos as Diamond continues her descent to the ring.

Diamond: “You get one lucky win and now you’re acting like you’re going to take over thing. I don’t think so. I’ve not been busting my ass, trying to be the best show in town, to see some relic from the past, hoping for one more good run, to leapfrog over me. And as for you Kimmy, I don’t care about your hopes for the Underground Title. I just see someone that is out here, talking about a damned stuffed penguin, and someone who slapped us all in the face when she complained about getting a shot at the SCW World Title!”

Diamond climbs up onto the apron and then steps into the ring. The crowd boos.

Diamond: “So how about you shut the hell up!”

Kimberly turns to the crowd, still standing behind her podium.

Kimberly: “Who wants me to bludgeon this girl to death with Wasley?”

The crowd roars. Kimberly shrugs and steps forward.

Feel the funk blast
Feel the funk blast
FEEL THE FUNK BLAST

“Calm Like a Bomb” plays as Alexis Quinne runs out from the back and looks around. She then turns to the ring and points at it, microphone in her hand.

Quinne: “Whoa, whoa, whoa…”

Kim turns as Terry Marshall just looks at Quinne. Steele turns, annoyed. Quinne starts to head to the ring.

Quinne: “If we’re just gonna be calling our shot out here, I think I should be a part of this. Especially when it involves some people who want to talk big and one who wants to slap what we all work hard to do!”

Quinne gets to the ring.

Quinne: “Huh?”

Quinne hops onto the apron. She leans on the middle rope and looks in. Quinne steps into the ring. Quinne then stops and walks over to Marshall.

Quinne: “Big fan by the way. I was a Thundermaniac as a kid. What about Space Lord? We gonna see him?”

The crowd roars as Quinne looks back at Kim.

Quinne: “But back to you. I don’t need more motivation to rock it in eleven days. Relax…I don’t care about it. You take pride in that title. Own it. Own it. Coo. Coo. But just know that we aint gonna let you get that far without a fight. And I aint lettin’ anyone here get to the end without one either!”

"YOUR SMILE MAKES MY HEART EXPLODE... THANK YOU FOR WAKING ME UP!!!!"

The crowd boos as “Smile Bomb” by 17thekid plays throughout the arena. Crystal Zdunich steps out from the back. She walks down to the ring.

Sharper: “And now Crystal Zdunich joining us!”

Lyman: “No microphone though.”

Zdunich storms to the ring and hops onto the apron. She looks around before stepping in and then walks up and grabs Kimberly’s microphone from her podium. She then looks at Kim.

Zdunich: “I’m not out here to talk. I’m here to just prove to you, you don’t have a chance in hell at Taking Hold of the Flame.”

Zdunich then looks around.

Zdunich: “None of you do!”

Zdunich then nails Kimberly Williams with the microphone in the head. She falls over as the crowd ohs. Diamond then runs over to Terry Marshall and nails him with a couple of hard shots, knocking him back into the corner. Quinne runs over to Zdunich and grabs her and Zdunich nails her in the ribs with a shot.

Sharper: “And this is breaking down! Crystal Zdunich coming to fight!”

Lyman: “And looking for that bragging rights. That psychological edge in this. Just to get in people’s heads!”

Zdunich nails Quinne again and again. Quinne falls to the corner. Zdunich stomps her a few times as Diamond Steele continues to attack Terry Marshall with repeated right hands in the corner. The crowd boos loudly. Kim stirs, leaning against the ropes as Diamond then looks back at Crystal and goes to whip Terry across. Terry blocks it. The crowd roars. Diamond tries again. Terry shakes his head and nails her with a hard right. Crystal turns and runs at him and Terry nails her with a hard right. He turns and nails Diamond with another hard right and then drops Crystal with one. The crowd erupts in cheers as Diamond gets up and Terry grabs her and points and runs her at the ropes and throws her up and over the top rope to the floor. The crowd cheers. Terry turns around and Crystal runs at Terry, but Terry lifts her up over his head. The crowd roars as he turns and throws her over the top rope and to the floor, onto Diamond. We cut to see Alix Mayne watching in the crowd, standing up to get a good look

Sharper: “And Marshall press slamming Zdunich over the top rope! Onto Steele!”

Knots: “They’re getting Thunderstruck. But look! Behind! Behind!”

Sharper: “All while Alix Mayne watches from the crowd. We’ve seen her in the crowd for a few weeks now!”

Kim and Alexis lift up the podium and run it forward, slamming it into Terry’s back. Terry falls up and goes up and over the top rope to the floor. As this happens, we see Hairless Penguin run out from the back. He runs down to the ring as Alexis and Kim trade blows.

Sharper: “And now Hairless Penguin is out here! But just Penguin!”

Lyman: “Wasn’t he and Bear going to make this statement?”

Sharper: “Guess not!”

Quinne and Williams trade a couple more blows before Hairless Penguin runs over and jumps up and hits a double flying clothesline. The crowd roars. Penguin gets up and grabs Quinne and drags her up and hits a dropkick. He turns and Kim starts to get up, and immediately Penguin freezes and falls back to his backside. He looks at Kim as she gets up before Penguin turns and looks around.

Penguin: “Bear! Where are you?! Bear!”

Kimberly Williams stands up, smiling. Penguin looks around and then grabs at the ropes. He scrambles up.

Sharper: “Last time Kim and Penguin were in the same place. He was doused by hot sauce!”

Knots: “Having some PTSD!”

Kim then smiles and grabs him by the head and nails him with a hard right and then another and another and another. Kim then hip tosses him down and waits for him to get up. She sets as Quinne gets up and runs at Kim. Kim hoists her up for a back drop, but Quinne spins through and lands on the apron. She then grabs Kim and hooks her arm in a cradle. Penguin sees this and nods before running at Kim and jumping up and dropkicking her. She flies up and drops down and Quinne gets up. She then climbs up and Penguin gets up and runs at her. Quinne hops over and lands on her feet. Penguin stops and turns and runs at Quinne and Penguin goes for a clothesline, but Quinne jumps up and hits a frankensteiner and Penguin stumbles forward and goes up and over the top rope to the floor.

Sharper: “Penguin out!”

Kim then gets up and runs at Quinne as she gets up and nails her with the Morrigan’s Wrath. Quinne goes up and over the top rope to the floor. She then smiles and looks around, before the lights suddenly go out.

Sharper: “Quinne superkicked and sent up and over. And now what?”

Lyman: “Lights out…what’s this?”

The lights remain out for several moments as the crowd roars. The cheers continue before finally, the lights come out and Kimberly Williams is standing face to face with Sarah Wolf as black liquid starts to drip out her mouth!

Sharper: “Oh my God! Sarah Wolf!”

Knots: “She said she would win it all on social media!”

Sharper: “Kimberly Williams face to face with this newcomer!”

Kimberly just smiles as she eyes Sarah Wolf. Wolf turns her head slightly as the crowd roars. We then hear the sound of ominous ticking. A few moments pass before we then suddenly cut to the big screen where the sound of ticking matches that of a clock, with black circles instead of time, counting down before getting to the top and then pausing as the last tick echoes.

Sharper: “What is this?”

Knots: “Another entrant enters the fray?!”

The cameras remain on the big screen as the clock remains stuck at that midnight time. We then hear the sound of reverberations in the background, akin to a David Lynch movie, building tension before the scene cuts to black.

Breakdown returns as we see Dancing Bear walking backstage, opening up storage crates before walking over to a trash can and dumping it upside down. He kicks at the garbage before turning and continuing his search.

???: “Hey! Bear!”

Dancing Bear looks up. Hairless Penguin walks over, wincing in pain.

Penguin: “You were right with me-“

Bear: “Yeah, I figured you’d have it. I was looking for Lexy’s phone. I mean, I find it, and she’ll focus on me more. And then-“

Penguin: “We could’ve made a statement out there.”

Bear: “Dude! I thought you had it. Don’t be a bitch.”

Penguin: “Do you think someone honestly threw it out?”

Bear: “They may have. Come on Penguin. Think like a criminal!”

Penguin: “We better get this figured out. We could win Taking Hold of the Flame. That would get her attention to.”

Bear: “Great. We have a backup plan! But now…I need to find that phone. So help or bitch. Dude, your call.”

Bear walks past Penguin as Penguin winces in pain and turns and follows after him.

We then cut backstage at the interview set to see Samuel Davis standing next to Jessica Winters. Anastasia and Giovanni “GiGi” Aries stand with him.

Winters: “Fans, we’re moments away from our main event tonight. Samuel Davis faces Selena Frost in non-title action. Samuel, what are you thinking?”

Davis takes a deep breath. He looks at Anastasia and then GiGi who just smiles. He then turns to Winters.

Davis: “I’m going to kick the World Champion’s ass! And all thanks to GiGi Aries. So after tonight, you’ll see me rise to the top and you then know this is real! REAL! No matter what you have to say Selena. This is real. And I’m going to be a star. And the Haus of Nirvana can help you too!”

Aries smiles. We then see Davis turn and awkwardly head off as GiGi smiles at Winters as he and Anastasia follow.

Winters: “Back to the ring.”

“One Shining Moment” by Luther Vandross plays as the crowd roars a bit. A few moments pass before we see Samuel Davis walking out from the back with Anastasia and GiGi Aries. Davis looks a bit nervous as GiGi begins to whisper something to Samuel who nods rapidly. GiGi Aries then proceeds to lead Samuel through a breathing exercise as they take a deep breath and slowly exhale a couple times.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall for TV time remaining and is your main event of the evening! First, from the Haüs of Nirvana, accompanied by Anastasia and GiGi Aries, from the Red Light District, he is Samuel Davis!”

GiGi Aries checks on him as Samuel gives the ok to GiGi that he is good. They proceed toward the ring as Anastasia hands out Haüs of Nirvana pamphlets to ringside fans. Samuel begins to get in the music as he runs around the ringside slapping hands of no one. He makes a lap before he climbs into the ring as GiGi joins him while Anastasia continues handing pamphlets out. GiGi pulls out some sage and begins to sage Samuel who chokes on the sage and has a coughing fit.

Sharper: “Samuel Davies somehow is main eventing in this one. Selena Frost challenged him, I know. But GiGi out here. Selena will defend the World Title against him at Taking Hold of the Flame.”

Lyman: “Samuel has to be on top of the world, but at the same time, this is a big moment for him. World Champion to be standing across from him!”

BELIEVE IT!

The SCW Universe are on their feet as  “Kings and Queens” by Ava Max as plays throughout the arena, snow “falling” along the electronic floor and screens as, out from the back walks the Snow Queen, Selena Frost, holding the SCW World Championship, taking in the crowd of the SCW Universe. Deanna Frost walks out with her.

Slowly, Selena shifts her head, her sapphire eyes locked towards the ring as she lifts her front hand gracefully, extending it towards the ring, palm upward, her back arm lifted behind her to the sky. With a lift of her right foot, she suddenly slams it down into the ground, causing a crack like ice to form and sprint down the ramp and towards the ring!

Phillips: “His opponent, from Nome, Alaska, accompanied by Deanna Frost, she is the SCW World Champion, Selena Frost!”

Lowering her arms, the Winter’s Knight walks down the ramp, her steps leaving footprints in the “snow” under her feet. Deanna follows with her. Reaching the ring, Selena goes up the steps and under the ropes to enter it. Once inside and in the center of the ring, she lifts her hand up to give a twirl as the lights form to make a massive snowflake under her. Stopping her spin and lowering her hand back down, towards the audience, once again palm upright, a smirk graces her lips, her other arm lifting to the sky once more. With a slam of her foot, Selena caused the snowflake at her feet to “crack” as the rampway did, the shards of ice streaking out to all four corners of the ring to shoot out blue sparkles of light as the lights return to normal. Deanna settles in her corner. Selena hands her the World Championship. Selena then turns back and looks at Samuel Davis.

Sharper: “Selena not coming out alone. Nothing shocking there. Can’t trust the Brand. But Selena Frost standing across from Samuel Davis in the main event of Breakdown!”

Knots: “Just think of that. The Holly Adams Brand, the Haus of Nirvana, the Positive State. They’re why Samuel is here!”

Davis looks across at Selena as GiGi smiles in his corner. Davis pulls on the top rope, getting warmed up and stretched out. Selena keeps her eyes on him. Demitra turns to both before calling for the bell. The crowd roars. Selena and Samuel circle the ring before they lock up in the middle of the ring. Selena and Samuel push back on one another before Selena then stunningly overpowers Samuel. He rolls back and flops to the mat, looking around. Selena just looks at him and then glances at GiGi.

Sharper: “I don’t believe it! Selena Frost overpowering Samuel Davis!”

Knots: “Well there are no steroids in the Haus of Nirvana! Samuel would then not be getting through the testing!”

Davis looks down and mutters to himself before getting up and then he swings, going for a hard right instead. Selena blocks it and moves into an arm wrench and then a hammerlock. Davis yells out in pain as he reaches around. Selena keeps pulling up and Samuel walks in circles, Selena not letting go. Davis then grabs at the top rope as Selena holds on.

Selena lets go and backs up. Samuel Davis shakes out his arm as Selena then tells him to come at him. Samuel Davis watches her and then feigns going for a grapple but drops down in a double leg takedown. Selena promptly grabs him, sprawling out, and locking in a front face lock. Davis reaches around as Selena holds on.

Sharper: “Selena has been competing at the highest level all year. Davis has more confidence, sure…but we’re seeing the skill being the difference here.”

Lyman: “Never mind speed, even strength.”

Davis keeps trying to get free as GiGi looks on. Deanna cheers on Selena as Davis moves his legs around and Selena keeps hold of the front face lock. Davis then moves to the ropes and manages to break the plane of them with his legs.

Selena Frost lets go and rolls back. Davis coughs, looking around. Selena then watches him as glances over at Giovanni again.

Sharper: “Right now, Selena Frost is just schooling Davis.”

Lyman: “And she keeps looking over at Giovanni. She said she was going to expose Davis. And right now, she’s doing just that.”

Davis slowly gets up as Selena walks over and chops him. The crowd woos. Davis falls back to the ropes. Selena chops him again. More woos. She then grabs him and whips him across the ring. Davis bounces off the ropes and Selena hits a dropkick on the rebound. The crowd ohs from the impact. Frost then follows up with the pin.

Davis kicks out. Selena looks down and nods. Davis rolls over and reaches for the ropes. He uses them to start to get up and Selena grabs him and spins him around and kicks him in the ribs. She whips him into the ropes again. Davis bounces off and Selena kicks him in the ribs. Selena runs into the ropes and bounces off and goes for a running swinging neckbreaker, but Davis dodges. Selena stops and turns and Davis nails her with a clothesline. The crowd ohs and Davis looks around. GiGi then smiles and applauds. Deanna looks on.

Sharper: “Hard clothesline. Davis with a hail mary like swing. And Selena down.”

Knots: “More from impact. Just dropped her. Right under the jaw!”

Selena rolls over, shaking her head and holding her jaw. GiGi just walks around the ring and looks right at Davis. He just eyes him and this seems to help Davis with his confidence. He gets up and Selena starts to get up and Davis then swings, nailing her with a hard right. Selena is rocked by it and falls into the corner. Demitra warns Davis about his closed fist. Selena starts to get up and Davis follows up with another haymaker, clocking Selena. Selena snaps back from the impact. Again, Demitra warns of the closed fists.

Sharper: “Hard right hands. And now I think we’re seeing the strategy. Hit Selena with everything you’ve got. She’s in the ring. Giovanni Aries isn’t.”

Lyman: “And that could be a bit issue. Davis is just swinging for the fences. He’s going for something. A bruise, a fracture, a black eye.”

Davis then nails Selena a third time. Davis then smiles and walks around the ring. He starts to pump his fist, the confidence flowing. He then turns and runs at Selena and jumps up for a running splash, but Selena moves out of the way. Davis hits hard. He stumbles back and right to Selena who runs across the ring, bounces off the ropes, and hits a spinning heel kick. The crowd ohs. Selena turns and goes for the pin.

Selena: “Looking it just bludgeon me? This your plan? I’m dissecting him!”

Aries: “You’re just destroying dreams!”

Davis starts to pull himself up and Selena walks over and grabs him and pulls him back before hitting a reverse DDT. She turns and goes to the corner. She climbs up to the top rope. The crowd cheers as she looks out at the crowd and then glances back. She then dives back with a moonsault. She connects and moves to her knees. She then gets up and looks at Aries again as Davis rolls over, holding his ribs in pain. Selena then turns and grabs his arm. Davis rolls over and yells out as in the process, he wrenches his own arm, but Davis hooks the bottom rope out of desperation. Selena just holds on.

Selena lets go. She shakes her head as the crowd boos. Davis rolls to the ropes, holding his ribs, but using the ropes to pull himself up. Selena then turns and walks over to him and Davis thumbs Selena’s eyes. The crowd boos. Samuel Davis then grabs Selena by the head and throws her through the ropes to the floor. She rolls over, holding her eye in pain. (1) Davis walks forward to the middle of the ring, breathing deeply.(2)

Sharper: “And Davis goes to the eyes and then sends her to the floor. Buying time to recover.”

Lyman: “You can use the distractions, the cheap shots, all you want. At some point, you need to connect. And he’s hit a few hard shots, but Selena is as resilient as they come.”

Selena starts to get up, squinting and rubbing her eye. (3) Davis holds his ribs as Selena turns and grabs at the ropes and pulls herself up and Davis runs over and knees her in the chest. He pulls her in and then clubs her over and over in the ropes. The crowd boos loudly. Aries smiles and pounds the mat in excitement. Davis then pulls her in and hits an awkward looking DDT. The crowd ohs. Deanna looks on concerned and Davis hooks the leg.

Frost kicks out. The crowd cheers. Davis rolls off and looks around. He then gets up and stomps her in the chest over and over. Davis turns and exits to the apron. He then climbs up to the top rope. Selena Frost starts to get up and Davis waits for her to get up before diving off for the Payment, but Selena hits a dropkick to his stomach. Davis hits the mat, rolling over, writhing in pain.

Sharper: “Davis went high risk and Selena Frost timed it perfectly. Dropkick to the ribs!”

Lyman: “Those same ribs he was holding earlier! And Davis is going to be sucking wind!”

Knots: “Better than just sucking! He can still recover! Listen to GiGi!”

Selena starts to get up as Davis holds his ribs. He tries to fight up as Anastasia looks on. Selena then grabs Davis and Davis just drops to the mat. Selena stomps him in the back and then again before dragging him up and Samuel rolls through and tries for a school boy. Selena rolls through herself and Samuel gets up and Selena drills him with the Frost’s Bite. The crowd roars. Selena drops down for the pin.

1!

2!

3!

The crowd roars. The bell sounds. Selena rolls off.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Selena Frost!”

Sharper: “Selena Frost wins. No hesitation. She saw the moment for the Frost’s Bite!”

Lyman: “Hey! That’s not yours!”

Sharper: “GiGi with the World Title!”

Deanna then warns Selena as Selena rolls to her feet and gets up as Giovanni “GiGi” Aries rolls in the ring, holding the SCW World Championship. He just looks at Selena face to face.

Sharper: “Selena turning to GiGi Aries just in time. They’re locking eyes.”

Lyman: “And the Brand and all of its off-shoots, they loved driving the World Title into Selena’s skull!”

Knots: “He’s just bringing it in for her!”

Sharper: “Yeah, right!”

Selena looks at Giovanni as both stand tall. GiGi just smiles as he looks at the World Title. He then throws it down in front of her. Selena looks at him, refusing to grab the belt and give Giovanni and opportunity. Giovanni then starts to jaw at Selena. Selena just watches him.

Sharper: “Giovanni Aries and Selena Frost for the World Title at Taking Hold of the Flame! The Road to Rise to Greatness is almost here!”

The scene slowly fades to black…
