Chris Cannon spearing Kennedy Street and Owen Cruze follows before we see a shot of Alistaire Allocco on his way to the ring, and then a shot of Regan Street and Datura swinging chairs at one another. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen and remains on it for a few moments.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, New York. The cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.

Sharper: “We are in upstate New York for the final night before Last Laugh on December 6th!”

The scene camera switches to ringside where Adam Sharper is with Jonathan Knots, both holding microphones, while standing next to the ring.

Sharper: “Hello again, I’m Adam Sharper alongside Jonathan Knots and folks, we’re a week and a half away. Ravyn Taylor will challenge Bree Lancaster for the interim World Title that night. But tonight, we have some wars on the docket.”

Knots: “Oh yeah…we have a couple of big ones. Crystal Matthews….sorry, Christy Matthews. She’ll get on my case for that one. Whatever. Christy will face Peyton Rice tonight. And then in our main event, falls count anywhere, we may see a man’s career destroyed. Xander Valentine faces Dylan Howell!”

Sharper: “We also will see Syren face Cookie Dreams in a match of Cookie’s choice. But that’s just the start-“

Knots: “We got company.”

The camera angle changes as Knots points to the entrance way. The crowd roars as “Fallen Angel” starts to play and Sienna Swann is halfway down the rampway. With her is Xiomara Diaz and the SCW interim World Champion, Bree Lancaster. The crowd boos as they reach the ring. Sienna pulls herself onto the apron and looks around the arena.

LAST WEEK:

The Breakdown logo comes up on the scene as we cut to the end of last week’s Breakdown. Giovanni cackles as Owen now turns to the upper bowl where a spotlight shines on Giovanni, making it easy for Owen to find him.

Giovanni: “Oh that got your attention. To protect the one who you serve….But it’s all going to come crumbling down. You’re all too late! It’s…PERFECT!”

Ravyn at this point grabs Owen and spins him around. But as she does, we see Sienna Swann having come from the crowd and sliding into the ring.

Sharper: “And controversy abound. Last week, Owen Cruze had Ravyn Taylor beaten dead to rights and instead, Giovanni Aries with the distraction and seemingly a set up for Sienna Swann!”

Knots: “Swann could’ve chose and picked Ravyn Taylor. We heard Bree and Sienna talking about Bree’s options earlier. Swann was planting the seeds then!”

Owen counters Ravyn, but Ravyn turns right into Sienna Swann to cracks her with the Kiss of an Angel. The crowd ohs and boos as the official calls for the bell. Owen turns and goes after Sienna. Sienna smiles wildly as she turns and dives out of the ring to the floor. The crowd boos loudly as Giovanni just starts to cackle from the upper bowl. Owen looks at Sienna as Sienna just walks around the ring. The Breakdown logo comes across the screen.

Sharper: “And this all while Giovanni Aries has pictures of our owning family and Kelcey Wallace and so much more.”

Knots: “It’s getting weird. They said was a conspiracy theory. Giovanni Aries seemed to just happily spin more into it.”

Sharper: “My question is how much does Bree know?”

Knots: “I don’t know. But she’s stuck with Sienna. With Sienna doing what she’s doing, Katya hasn’t responded to last week and you wonder if Bree is just along for the ride. No one can seemingly corral Sienna!”

In the ring, Sienna Swann has a microphone and looks around the arena as the crowd boos. Her music fades out as she starts to speak.

Sienna: “Owen…looks like tragedy struck again. This time, at least, you shouldn’t seen it coming. You took on too much and now, Bree Lancaster can remind Infamous and Ravyn Taylor that I do hold grudges and payback will be a bitch because if it’s not me, oh I’m going to enjoy living vicariously through Bree at Last Laugh!”

Sienna chuckles.

Sienna: “Last Laugh…a hell of a name. Because that’s what I’m getting. With Ravyn Taylor…what? Have a problem? That I’m that petty. Well it’s what you all thought about me for the last two years. Why not play to it?! But let’s face it, people are getting what they deserve because well, right now, I stand here with all of the cards. Bree stands here as interim World Champion. And Owen Cruze has nothing but a reminder that as much as he can get his little wins, when he eventually comes face to face with Bree and I in the tournament, it’s all over anyways!”

Sienna looks around. The crowd boos.

Sienna: “But that’s not even the sweetest part.”

Sienna looks down and scoffs a bit. Bree then steps up and says something to Sienna. Sienna nods.

Sienna: “I know, I know. People think Giovanni Aries and I are working together. How hilarious…just because people would love to believe that just so they can ignore me. I saw an opportunity. Does it help that Giovanni is providing them? So be it. It’s just the way it’s going to be because well…this is what I’m being forced to do. And we can go through all of his stories and claims. I mean, maybe they’re something to say about them. Perhaps it’s why Kelcey Wallace is so quick to push it off. Come on Chris. Have you asked her? You seemed to make assumptions about me…YOUR WIFE…when it came to your son. When this whole time, maybe she…she was the problem, like you at one point thought-“

Just then, the crowd roars as we see Kelcey Wallace walking out from the back. She storms down to the ring. A few steps behind her is Owen Cruze. We then see Dean Black running out from the back with a few other agents and officials. They stop Kelcey from getting in the ring. Sienna smiles.

Sienna: “And I’m the one people are worried about. Let her in. Let her in! She wants in. I’ll prove it right now. No cheap shots, Kelcey. I’ll show the world what you don’t want them to know. That you’re broken. You got lucky a few weeks back. No more! Owen! Let her go. You can see her fall in front of you again! Another failure for Calamity Cruze!”

Kelcey starts to walk around. She points to Phillips and motions for the microphone. Sienna keeps watching her as Bree steps up, realizing that this could get messy. Phillips jogs over. Sienna snaps at him.

Sienna: “What? She’s better than me. Next time I’m in this ring, you hand me the microphone in the middle. Better yet, you do that to your World Champion!”

Kelcey takes the microphone and turns to the ring, Dean Black in front of her.

Kelcey: “Sienna, would you shut up?”

The crowd roars.

Sienna: “No…no….why would I do that? You’re looking up to me as you should!”

Kelcey: “Well if you’d shut up, maybe you’ll realize that I’m going to give you something. I’m get sick and tired. Between the conspiracy theories, the potential alliances, the fact that you and Giovanni are standing more in sync than you’ll ever admit. The fact is that all of this is starting to get out of hand and worst of all…it stood in Owen’s way. Now, Bree, you can play coward all you want, hiding behind Sienna doing your bidding, but it’s clear that’s who you are and while Sienna knows Ravyn, so do I, and I know that Sienna’s just made sure that there’s a pretty damn good chance we’re talking about Infamous holding the World Title, interim as it may be, again.”

Bree scoffs. She steps up, mouthing “Are you serious?”

Sienna: “So what the hell are you going to do about it? Going to send Owen and Aaron in here. You’ve already told Peyton she can go get destroyed by Xander.”

Kelcey: “No Sienna…I’m going to step up!”

The crowd roars.

Sharper: “What?”

Kelcey: “I’ve been cleared since Rise to Greatness. I stepped back for this long, but no more. Not anymore. Not when I’m in the center of this. So Sienna…you want to make your little statement, you can do it in the ring against me!”

Sienna just starts to smile. The crowd cheers. Owen then turns to Kelcey and says something to her. Kelcey hands him the microphone.

Sienna: “Christmas is coming early I see!”

Sharper: “Kelcey Wallace looking to return?!”

Owen: “Wait….I have one better.”

Sienna: “You want a piece. I mean if you want to fail on your own and join her-“

Owen: “You’d love that. But with everything going on, I think just as Kelcey should remind you she’ll always be the Perfect Ten, I need to remind Giovanni Aries that SCW’s future should not have him in it. Whatever his plans…Whether you’re a team, in cahoots, working together, I don’t care….Last Laugh, let’s make it official. I’m not challenging for the interim World Title…for now, but I’ll happily stand up against two people who I have plenty to settle with…I’m not going to talk Kelcey out of anything. I know how patient she’s been. So how about this…Last Laugh…Giovanni Aries and Sienna Swann versus Owen Cruze and Kelcey Wallace!”

The crowd erupts in cheers. Sienna looks around.

Sharper: “My God what a challenge!”

Knots: “They’re nuts. Giovanni is nuts. Sienna’s not all there. What are they doing?”

Sharper: “They’re standing up to them. They’ve been attacking from all sides. They’re going to take the fight too them and if Kelcey has one more fight in her, it’s coming in a week and a half!”

Sienna: “You want to fail on the big stage again…I won’t even need to trust Giovanni. I hate both of you enough that that will be enough to kick both your asses!”

Owen turns to Dean.

Owen: “Get Sasha to get the contract ready.”

The crowd roars as Sienna smirks. She then points to Kelcey as Kelcey looks at her. She says something to her, not picked up by the camera as Sienna yells at her. Bree goes to step up, before the camera pans back as we see Ravyn Taylor at ringside, but in the ring is Alexander Crowe. He runs up and nails Bree from behind, knocking her into Sienna Swann. The crowd roars. Xiomara turns and goes to nail him, but Crowe ducks and drops down to the floor and rolls to Ravyn. Ravyn just smirks and waves as Bree rolls over, turning to see her attacker. She grimaces in pain, rolling over to grab her title.

Sharper: “And look out! Ravyn Taylor…and Alexander Crowe!”

Knots: “Of course it’s Crowe. Not just because he’s her husband, but the Cannon connection!”

Sharper: “Just rubbing salt on the wounds. Ravyn Taylor one of the best at that, and taking the cheap shot!”

The crowd gives a mixed reaction as Ravyn steps back as Crowe smirks, straightening his shirt. Officials run around to keep them away from the ring as they walk around the ring. Sienna turns and lets out an annoyed yell as Bree gets up and falls over, holding her head, clearly annoyed as the scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns to see Sienna Swann on the warpath. She takes a few steps forward, but Bree Lancaster stops her.

Sienna: “What? Let me talk to Sasha. Her security can protect Kelcey and Owen, but not us? The hell is that?”

Bree: “You’ve done enough Sienna. You got a match you wanted. We’ve been lucky Katya’s not acted on her threat yet. Probably because she realizes I’m the only legitimate option for champion here. I’ll take care of Ravyn. But you…you need to save that anger for Last Laugh. When Sasha signs off on it…you get what you want!”

Sienna stops and nods and smiles. A rage almost subsides, instead turning into something else.

Sienna: “You’re right about Kelcey…and Owen….but for you and Ravyn…remember that I have something personal there.”

Bree: “We have something personal with everyone. The problem of being great. Just trust me I’ll take care of Ravyn when it’s all done.”

The crowd boos as the scene cuts away.

A/C Unit vs. Golden Boys

Tag League

The lights suddenly go out in the arena. A few seconds of dark silence are followed by the opening synth of "Out in the Cold" by Judas Priest chiming throughout the arena. Some dark blue lights come on near the entrance ramp, lighting up the stage and arena with an eerie bluish hue as dry ice begins to spread across the stage. Several seconds pass and right as the sound of a snare echoes throughout the arena, a giant white metal container slowly rises up through the left side of the stage with two words plastered upon it.

A/C UNIT

The guitars kick in and Asher Hayes, holding his SCW Television Championship, busts out through one side of the container, clad in his signature long leather jacket and sunglasses with a cloud of frozen mist following him out of the container. He's quickly followed by Cid Turner, who busts out of the opposite side of the container looking disheveled and just generally confused and for some reason not wearing a shirt or jacket while being in an ice box. The crowd cheers as they both make their way towards the center stage, both shivering due to being in a giant ice box for almost two minutes. Once they're properly warmed up, they make their way down towards the ring through the dry ice.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall, and is a tag league match, with a fifteen minute time limit. First, on their way to the ring, they are the team of Cid Turner and the SCW Television Champion, Asher Hayes, A/C Unit!”

They both go up on steel steps on the opposite sides of each other and climb the turnbuckles, pointing dramatically at each other from across the ring in perfect unison and breathing heavily as the chorus of the song plays, the passionate audience singing along.

"I'm out in the cold

Out in the cold

Hear me calling

Cold

Out in the cold

Please rescue me"

They both hop down to the apron and step in the ring. Asher leans over the top rope and chucks his shades into the crowd and takes his jacket off as Cid nervously strokes his overgrown beard with both hands. They meet each other in the middle and hit each other with a quick fist bump as the lights come back on and their music begins to fade.

Sharper: “A/C Unit continues their trend that if they’re in the Tag League, they start off the night. Asher Hayes has a TV Title shot later.”

Knots: “But what mindset will Cid Turner be in? Clearly the Matt Hodges and Chad Evans situation weighing on him and we now know that at Last Laugh, Cid Turner will go one on one with Matt Hodges, his quote adult son.”

Sharper: “He’s going to have to find that Hall of Famer mojo. It will be the biggest singles match since he returned.”

I am flesh and I am bone
Rise up, ting ting, like glitter and gold
I’ve got fire in my soul
Rise up, ting ting, like glitter
Like glitter and gold
Like glitter

Strobe lights flash around the entrance set to match the beat of “Glitter & Gold”. Out comes Bison Jones steps out from behind the curtains. Bison Jones jogs in place as Adam Allocco steps out behind him, patting Big Bad on his back. He poses at the top of the ramp, flexing his pectorals and then rolling his defined shoulders. Adam, holding a microphone, steps in front of him and poses, imitating Bison as best as he could. All while this dick measuring contest is going on, Anastasia Smirnov comes strutting out, and with waving arms, present the Golden Boys to the crowd. Adam soaks in the boos while Bison noticeably mouths something to his boss.

Phillips: “Their opponents-“

Allocco: “Jason…Jason….hold on there. Before you introduce the winners of this upcoming contest, I feel I need to take a moment and speak to my adoring hometown fans!”

The crowd boos as Adam Allocco looks around from the stage, the microphone brought to his mouth.

Allocco: “See, tonight, yet again, I’m dedicating this contest is my injured son. But not only that, since I’m here, in my former home, the one I left for greener pastures because let’s face it, Rochester is a wasteland…”

The crowd boos.

Allocco: “But it was special to my son. And I had an opportunity to reconnect and reconcile with him after his frightening accident…Director…if you could. Roll the footage!”

The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We see a shot of Adam Allocco standing in front of a house in the middle of nowhere, clearly filmed on a phone.

Allocco: “Come on, hold it up. Do I need to direct this too?”

Anastasia: “You are better behind the camera than in front of it. Me, the opposite.”

Allocco: “Okay, okay…”

We cut forward to see Adam knocking on the door of the house. He looks around, waiting, and waiting. He knocks again. He waits a bit more, smiling to the cameraphone, before the door opens and Claire Bailey opens the door.

Bailey: “Oh hell no.”

Bailey goes to close the door. Adam stops it.

Adam: “Please. I’m here to see my son. Just want to offer my support. He’s been through so much. His career, his…”

Bailey: “I guarantee he wants nothing with you.”

Adam: “But does not the Bible say honour thy father and mother.”

Bailey: “Sure. Won’t stop me from closing this door.”

Bailey shoves Adam back and slams the door. Adam turns and smiles.

Adam: “Just probably in the midst of some physical therapy. Doesn’t want dear old dad to interrupt it.”

Anastasia: “Or maybe he sees you for what you are.”

Adam: “Cut! Cut!”

We then abruptly cut to a new shot with them clearly in the backyard of Alistaire’s house. Adam now has a fruit basket in his hands.

Adam: “So I know it’s normal for people to welcome new neighbours, but since it’s my son, gotta look out for him. Plus, fruits and veggies…okay, mainly fruits. I think there’s a bottle of Jack in there. Whatever. It’ll make him strong. But…just have to make sure Claire is doing the PT right. Can’t have her ruining things for my son.”

Anastasia: “This is just creepy, you know.”

Adam: “What do you Russians know about creepy.”

Adam looks at the camera and nods.

Adam: “Okay, fine…just let me drop this off at the back door.”

Adam runs along the house. Anastasia follows as Adam stops and heads over to the back door. He places the basket on the concrete patio stone before stopping and glancing through one window. He then turns and looks at another. Anastasia follows, filming, showing Alistaire in a large room, clearly converted to his recovery. He is leaning on some rails as Claire is helping him. Alistaire is gingerly walking forward, making little forward progress, but clearly showing the long recovery ahead for him after the car accident. Anastasia turns the camera to Adam who is shown trying to tear up.

Adam: “He’s a fighter…”

Adam sighs.

Adam: “I hope one day he understands how much I see for him.”

Anastasia turns back as Alistaire keeps moving forward, showing some better progress as he steps forward, taking another step and then another before Claire tells him to stop. She steps forward, talking to him before glancing out. She then turns and walks over.

Anastasia: “I think she saw me.”

Adam: “Well you are dressed like…you..”

Claire (Yelling from inside): “Get the hell out of here!”

Adam: “I LOVE YOU ALISTAIRE!”

Adam turns to Anastasia.

Adam: “Go! Go!”

Adam turns and runs off as the video shakes all around before the video ends.

We cut back to a live shot inside the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester. Adam is trying to hold back tears.

Adam: “Alistaire…you’re doing well. I only hope I can live up to your skill tonight! FOR ALISTAIRE!”

Adam turns and starts ot head to the ring as “Glitter & Gold” plays again. Bison, Anastasia and Adam Allocco head to the ring. We see in the ring, Cid Turner, meanwhile, tearing up. Asher is talking to him. Cid talks to Asher some as he points to Adam and then turns to Asher. Adam notices this, turning to Bison. He says something to him. Bison runs to the ring and slides in. He points to the official. Asher and Cid turns before the bell sounds. Adam and Anastasia reach the ring and walk around.

Sharper: “Bison Jones right in the ring. Cid Turner tearing up.”

Knots: “Don’t tell me. He’s thinking about Hodges…”

Asher turns and Bison runs over and grabs Asher and throws him back. Cid turns and runs over and nails Bison with a hard right and then another. Asher rolls over and gets up. The official gets him out of the ring as Cid kicks Bison in the ring. He runs into the ropes, bounces off and Bison steps up and drills him with his shoulder, knocking him down. Cid rolls over. He starts to get up and Bison turns and grabs him, pulling him up and clubbing him in the back. Cid falls over to the corner. Bison follows up and shoulders him in the ribs. He rears back and shoulders him again. He rears back again and shoulders him a third time. Cid winces in pain.

Sharper: “Bison Jones, just so strong, manhandling Cid Turner.”

Knots: “Cid going from emotional to fighting for his life immediately.”

Bison steps back and grabs Cid by the throat. He then throws him across with a double handed choke throw. Cid hits hard. Adam extends his arm as Bison walks over and grabs Cid and pulls him up. He then turns and whips him into the Golden Boys corner. Bison follows up and runs at him and clotheslines him in the corner. Cid leans on Bison and Bison tags in Adam. Adam enters and smirks. Bison then holds him as Adam steps up to the middle of the ring. He motions to Bison and Bison throws him into Adam who scoops him up and hits a ribbreaker. Bison exits as Adam goes for the pin.

Cid gets up and Adam gets to his feet and lunges at Cid, but Cid reaches up and locks in a sleeper hold. He pulls back.

Cid: “Teach me! I need to be better. A better father!”

Adam grabs at the arm. Asher looks across.

Asher: “Dude! He sucks!”

Cid looks at Asher a bit confused as Adam elbows him in the ribs. He elbows him again and snapmares Cid down. Cid rolls through. Adam runs into the ropes, bounces off and Cid gets up only in time to lift Adam up and hit a flapjack. Adam rolls over. Cid turns and grabs him by the leg and drags him over to the A/C Unit corner. Cid turns in.

Asher: “Yeah dude. Ali hated him. Whole thing…”

Cid: “Oh…but he cared-“

Asher: “Total bullshit.”

Cid turns back to Adam as Adam looks up shaking his head. Cid then steps into his stomach. Adam rolls over as Cid turns and tags in Asher. Asher climbs up to the top rope. The crowd roars as Adam gets up and Asher dives off with a double axe handle smash.

Knots: “Cid was getting parenting tips from Allocco!”

Sharper: “When Asher Hayes is calling you out, you know you’re doing badly. And what Adam just showed us before this match was a hollow as we’ve seen.”

Knots: “Either way, it’s not helping them win tonight. Dedicating it to Alistaire or not!”

Adam rolls over. Asher grabs him and pulls him up. He hooks him up and hits a snap suplex. He gets up and hits an elbow drop. He goes for the pin.

Bison enters the ring and Asher looks on before Bison runs at him and nails him with a diving shoulder tackle. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Adam went for the eyes, got in his muscle and Bison Smith did as advertised.”

Knots: “Asher Hayes just found out what happens when a brick wall runs into you!”

Asher rolls over. Bison looks at him and waits for him to get up. Asher staggers to his feet. He then turns around and Bison grabs him by the throat and hoists him up, planting him with a chokeslam. He goes for the pin.

Adam breaks it up. Cid rolls over. Bison rolls over too.

Sharper: “Cid off the top. Denver Diving Kick, broken up!”

Knots: “Adam got a bit worried there.”

Sharper: “Or he saw a chance to break things up. Put some doubt in the mind of Turner!”

Cid rolls off. He looks up. Adam backs up.

Adam: “Throw the match and I’ll teach you all I know!”

Adam backs up to the corner. Cid then turns to Asher and then runs over and nails Adam with a hard right. The crowd roars as Adam falls to the apron. Cid turns around and Bison suddenly lifts him up and just powers him up and throws him across the ring with a press slam. Cid rolls over. Bison falls to the ropes. Adam holds his jaw and starts to get up. Bison walks over and tags him in. Adam enters and Cid staggers up and Adam grabs him and pulls him away from Asher. He then hits a DDT. He goes for the pin.

Cid gets his shoulder up. Adam rolls off.

Sharper: “Only two! Great DDT, but Allocco only gets two on Turner!”

Knots: “He spiked him!”

Asher paces, getting the crowd behind him as Cid stirs. Adam gets up and stomps him in the face. He stomps him again and then grabs him and pulls him up. He whips him into the corner. Adam runs after and clotheslines him in the chest. Cid staggers out and falls to a knee. He starts to get up and Adam grabs him. He hoists him up for a back suplex, but Cid lands behind him and then grabs Adam and pulls him down into a inverted facelock backbreaker, and then lifts him up and hits a second before completing the Ode to Caesar. Cid then goes for the pin.

The crowd roars. Cid rolls off. He looks around and Asher rolls back into the ring.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via pinfall, A/C Unit!”

Sharper: “A/C Unit picks up the win!”

Knots: “No parenting tips though!”

Sharper: “Cid Turner looking strong regardless. He’s gotten more and more confidence each week.”

Knots: “But did Hodges and Evans kill that? Then Asher…trying to lift him up.”

Sharper: “A/C unit continues to look like one of the teams to beat in the Tag League!”

Asher celebrates with Cid as Cid looks around and then to Adam before leaning over, saying sorry. Asher pulls him away and raises his arm as the crowd cheers them.

Backstage, we hear the sound of peeling tires before a golf cart careens down one of the hallways. It comes to a screeching halt, and Datura hops out from the driver’s side. From the back of the cart, a man dressed in a referee’s shirt that matches the design of Datura’s Hot Topic Unsanctioned title belt, runs over to join her.The camera pans to show Datura accosting a production crew membe

Datura: “You! Do you want the Unsanctioned Championship?!”

???: Uhhh. No.

Datura appears dejected for a moment before suddenly swinging the unsanctioned “title” into his face. He falls to the ground, writhing and moaning in pain. Datura dives onto him. The referee counts.

Breakdown cuts backstage as we see Owen Cruze in the locker room with Kelcey Wallace, Peyton Rice and Aaron Blackbourne. Jessica Winters is in the locker room with them.

Jessica: “Thank you Adam. Stunning challenge earlier and we can confirm, the match has been made. Sienna Swann & Giovanni Aries will face Kelcey Wallace and Owen Cruze. And I’m in the locker room of Cruze, Wallace and others and Cruze, I have to go to you first. You stepped up. You wanted this.”

Cruze: “Oh I wanted it because the fact is that I should be challenging Bree. I’m not going to deny it. But all of this with Sienna and Giovanni, well, if I’m not facing Bree, then I’m going to step up and stand with one of my mentors and we’re going to nip this all in the bud. All of it!”

Jessica: “But you’re teaming with Kelcey and with all due respect, you’ve not been in the ring in years.”

Peyton: “She’s right, Kelcey…”

Kelcey: “I know…and it’s one reason I’ve not immediately jumped back even with the news that I’m cleared. But this…all of this…Sienna Swann, Giovanni actions, I’m done waiting. I’m done standing on the sidelines. And so, I’m going to team with part of the future, with Owen, and we’re going to step up and stop Sienna Swann and Giovanni Aries and let them know that they are NOT going to run roughshod.”

Owen: “Looking forward to it.”

Jessica: “Big stakes.”

Peyton looks at Kelcey concerned.

Kelcey: “I’ll be fine.”

Owen: “I’ll make sure of it.”

Kelcey and Owen look at each other, confident, before the scene cuts away.

Jordan Majors vs. Cassidy Carter

The lights go down and then red lights blink on the stage as “Warrior” by Stitched Up Heart begins to play.

Warrior… Warrior…
I’m… I’m a…
Warrior… Warrior…
I’m… I’m a Warrior!

A spotlight shines on the center of the stage to show Jordan Majors from behind, arms outstretched. She turns around right as the guitar riffs and pumps a fist with a smile across her face. She looks out at the crowd and nods a few times before she begins walking down the ramp.

Jordan keeps her eyes on the ring as she heads down the rampway. She gets to the bottom of the ramp and surveys the crowd once more before running and sliding into the ring. She stays on her stomach. She leans on her elbows and kicks her feet behind her before rolling to her feet.  Jordan runs and jumps up on the nearest corner and puts one arm up as she looks out at the crowd and nods her head.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall…introducing first…she is the 2019 Star of Tomorrow…Jordan! Majors!”

The lights in the arena go dark for a moment, and the crowd hushes in anticipation.  After a few moments, the baseline to "Bad Guy" by Billie Eilish begins thumping through the speakers. The arena fills with a mixture of boos and cheers.  As Billie's voice begins singing, low red lights begin flashing in time with the rhythm.

White shirt now red, my bloody nose
Sleeping, you're on your tippy toes
Creeping around like no one knows
Think you're so criminal

Cassidy's face appears on the big screen, blood streaming down her nose as she flashes a sadistic smile before her face disappears and her name flashes across the screen in blood red letters.  The red lights keep flashing.

Bruises, on both my knees for you
Don't say thank you or please
I do what I want when I'm wanting to
My soul? So cynical

White strobes begin flashing as Cassidy appears in the entryway.  The crowd is louder now, mostly booing Cassidy, but there are a few audible cheers mixed in. Cassidy is wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood up and "Bad Guy" sprayed on the back in red spray paint, and a pair of mirrored aviator sunglasses.  She pauses, taking a deep breath before she begins walking down the ramp, ignoring the fans.  She looks straight forward as she comes to the end of the ramp and climbs up the stairs.  she moves right to the ropes, ducking under the top rope as she enters the ring and walks straight to the corner.  She leans against the ropes and waits.

Phillips: “And her opponent, she is the Duchess of Debauchery…she is…Cassidy! Carter!”

The ref calls for the bell. Cassidy and Jordan step forward looking at one another. Jordan extends her arm, looking for a tie-up. Cassidy reaches up with one arm, but steps forward, driving her other forearm into the side of Jordan’s head, causing her to stumble back.

Sharper: “Cassidy drawing first blood.”

Cassidy continues to connect with forearms, backing Jordan into the ropes. She whips Jordan across the ring. Jordan comes back and slides in between Cassidy’s legs. Cassidy turns around and drills Jordan in the back of the head with a knee. Cassidy goes for the cover.

Knots: “Cassidy continuing to show that vicious side of hers, as evident with her return match against Beard. Rumor has it that he shaved and he’s back to being Peach Fuzz.”

Jordan shoots the shoulder up!

Sharper: “Cassidy showing no signs of remorse so far in this match. Many have said this was going to be a tune-up match for Jordan as she is scheduled to face Syren at Last Laugh. She may have to tap into her more aggressive side if she wants to survive this match and win.”

Cassidy gets to her feet, grabbing Jordan by the hair, slowly pulling her up. Cassidy hits a knife edge chop. Jordan stumbles back a bit, before returning with her own knife edge chop. Cassidy stumbles back, before going for another chop, only for Jordan to block it. Jordan then connects with a forearm to the jaw.

Knots: “Jordan starting to build some momentum. Maybe she heard what you had to say just a few moments ago, Adam.”

Jordan goes for another forearm, only Cassidy to block it. Cassidy shoves Jordan back, and goes for another kick but Jordan catches her foot. Jordan spins Cassidy around, before grabbing her and hitting a T-bone suplex. Jordan gets to her feet. Cassidy is shown getting to one knee. Jordan grabs her from behind and hits a German suplex, into a pin.

Jordan gets to her feet once again. Cassidy sits up, only for Jordan to deliver a series of kicks to the upperbody. Cassidy slumps to the mat and rolls around, screaming. Jordan grabs Cassidy and lifts her up, before whipping her across the ring. Jordan goes for a clothesline, but Cassidy dunks under. Cassidy hits the ropes, and springboards off, connecting with a flying forearm, taking Jordan off her feet.

Knots: “And Jordan is down.”

Sharper: “Cassidy able to use Jordan’s momentum against her, taking her down with that flying forearm.”

Cassidy runs into the ropes and comes back with a baseball slide to the side of Jordan’s head. Cassidy then goes for another cover.

Jordan steps forward, only for Cassidy to fire off and connect with a roundhouse kick to the head. Jordan stumbles to the left, leaning on the ropes. Jordan shakes her head and turns, only for Cassidy to lift Jordan up onto her shoulders.

Knots: “Jordan in trouble!”

Sharper: “Cassidy has Jordan on her shoulders. Looks like she’s going for the PLC!”

Jordan begins to squirm, trying to break free, before she begins to deliver elbows to the side of Cassidy’s head. Cassidy finally lets go and Jordan slides down to her feet, rolling Cassidy up from behind.

3!!! The ref calls for the bell. Jordan sits up as the crowd cheers and “Warrior” hits the PA system. Jordan smirks at Cassidy as she rises to her feet, with the ref raising her hand in victory.

Sharper: “Jordan Majors victorious tonight. You have to know Syren was watching. I’d say Jordan is ready for Last Laugh!”

Jordan is shown celebrating for a few more moments, as Cassidy is shown slowly stirring before we cut away.

Sasha walks over toward the tunnel. Kimberly Williams runs over in front of her and looks around. Jessica Lasiewicz just looks on from a few feet away, shaking her head.

Sasha: “Kim…it’s fine.”

Kim: “You think it’s fine? You’re doing with a crazy person!”

Sasha: “It’s going to be fine. Security is ready. And I appreciate what you’ve done for my family. Karina and my father both mentioned your…uh…thorough defense.”

Kim: “I’m taking this seriously. Gotta show I can handle this!”

Sasha: “But I’ll be okay here. I promise. You have a tag match. Focus on that.”

Kim: “Okay…but if something happens!”

Sasha: “Yeah, I got it.”

Kim: “Good. I’ll go stabby stabby on them!”

Sasha: “Uh-huh.”

Jessica: “Come on Kim.”

Kim points to Sasha and then herself and then back to Sasha before walking off .

Sharper: “Sasha will join us to make an announcement on the Adrenaline Championship…next!”

The scene fades to black.

We cut to a shot to see Datura’s golf cart smoking from the front. It’s smashed in, clearly having been driven into a wall. Datura looks at it and looks around.

Datura: “I’ve played enough GTA to know this is unrealistic.”

“Referee”: “So… now what?”

The man pulls his phone from his pocket and checks the time.

Datura: “Don't you dare.”

He looks up, annoyed.

Datura: “I held your Uber for SIX hours, and you’re getting paid. And since no one in this company has the BALLS OR OVARIES OR ANYTHING to challenge me for the prestigious Unsanctioned Championship, I need to find my own challengers.”

Her face curls up and she adopts a whiny tone.

Datura: “Elizabeth, why don’t you go after the big names, the Syrens, the Siennas, the Owens.”

She rolls her eyes.

“Those are the obvious stories, and they have proven with their silence they are petrified of this division. . I’m looking for diamonds in the rough. Just like me…the greatest wrestler to not hold a championship in SCW….until now….but not. It’s unsanctioned…”

Datura pauses momentarily and peers around, eyes squinted. Just then, as if trying to hide her actions, she turns, diving at the cameraman. We hear a yell off screen. The shot tumbled into chaos. Like a cheap horror film, the camera violently shakes, getting a shot of the wall and a catering table and a random empty hallway. The muffled sound of the microphone on the camera hisses static from brushing the floor before picking up a “….2!.....3!” We hear more shuffling.

Datura: “Another down! To the…”

Datura turns to the cart.

Datura: “You didn’t bring your car inside.”

“Referee”: “It totally wouldn’t have fit.”

Datura: “Well then…”

Datura looks around.

Datura: “We’re going to have to figure this out so you earn your pay.”

The scene fades out.

Breakdown returns to the arena as we see Jessica Winters in the middle of the ring. Standing with her is SCW president and CEO, Sasha.

Jessica: “Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the president and CEO of SCW, Sasha!”

The crowd roars as Sasha smiles and steps forward, taking the microphone.

Sasha: “Thank you Jessica.”

Sasha pauses a brief moment.

Sasha: “Now despite some of the other issues in SCW these days, business does go on and the fact is that this Sunday, the SCW Adrenaline Championship has not yet been named in a title defense. After much thought, I’ve thought we’re going to revive something my father did in the past. But first, allow me to introduce the SCW Adrenaline Champion, Glory Braddock!”

The crowd cheers as Sasha turns to the entrance way. A few moments pass before the first chords of "When Legends Rise" begins to play over the PA system. The crowd cheers as Glory Braddock walks out from the back, holding the SCW Adrenaline Championship. She looks out at the crowd before starting to head to the ring. The cameras follow her down as she reaches the ring and climbs up the steel steps. She walks along the apron, wiping her feet before stepping in. She then looks around and plays to the crowd a bit. They cheer her as she turns and walks over to Sasha. Sasha shakes her hand. Glory nods.

Sasha: “Now Glory, being the proud champion that you are, I know you would prefer to defend your title against the best.”

Glory nods.

Sasha: “Before I announce our plan, allow me to hand the microphone to you and give you the floor.”

Sasha extends the microphone. Glory takes it and looks around.

Glory: “You’re exactly right about that. That’s why I was hoping to be challenging Bree Lancaster at Last Laugh. But with that not in the cards, and with Tommy Valentine and I agreeing that two weeks ago was going to end that…I look forward to my next challenge. Whomever it may be. So, Sasha…make it good. Because this title is held by a pro. One who carries themselves to the highest level and just like others, Gavin Taylor comes to mind…Asher Hayes is another, I will face any and all.”

Glory hands the microphone back to Sasha. The crowd cheers a bit.

Sasha: “Well said. Well, Glory, I can tell you that you’ll be watching at Last Laugh. But you will find out your next challenger who will then face you on the final Breakdown of 2020. We will take ten competitors and place them in this ring and in over the top elimination battle royal.”

Glory nods.

Sasha: “And Glory, I’ve personally picked the ten individuals who will be in this ring at Last Laugh to challenge you for your title. Allow me to name them!”

Sasha looks around.

Sasha: “Someone you know well, Glory…Asher Hayes!”

The crowd roars. Glory smirks.

Sasha: “Ricky James!”

The crowd boos.

Sasha: “Kelsai Adamson-Mason!”

Cheers follow.

Sasha: “Holly Adams!”

Boos loudly resound throughout the arena.

Sasha: “Fresh off her draw against Syren, Crystal Zdunich!”

The crowd roars.

Sasha: “Autumn Valentine!”

The crowd boos.

Sasha: “Polly Playtime!”

The crowd cheers some, while others boo.

Sasha: “Cassidy Carter!”

The crowd boos.

Sasha: “Aaron Blackbourne!”

The crowd erupts in cheers.

Sasha: “And last but not least…Katya, deal with it…Blake Mason!”

The crowd cheers. Glory just smirks and nods.

Sasha: “One of those ten will get their shot against you and the Adrenaline Championship on December 20th on Breakdown! What say you, Ms. Braddock?”

Sasha hands the microphone to Glory Braddock. Glory turns to Sasha.

Glory: “Let the best wrestler win and at the end, I will be right there to shake your hand because while you’ll earn a shot at the SCW Adrenaline Championship, you will not be ending 2020 holding it.”

Just then, we hear the sound of laughter. Sasha looks around and Glory does too. It sounds eerily like Giovanni Aries’ cackling. It echoes throughout the arena. Sasha looks around as we see security jogging out on the floor.

Sharper: “That’s Giovanni? Isn’t it?”

Knots: “Sounds like it!”

The laughter continues for a few moments before becoming distorted, going much higher before turning into the sound of a female laughing. Sasha looks around confused as does Glory. The laughter again distorts as Sasha turns and exits the ring, going to the apron and then walking down the steel steps. The laughing then turns into a male laugh again, though different from the first one. It sounds more sinister as it continues. Glory looks around, listening to it, trying to find where it may be coming from as Sasha is whisked away by security to the back and the scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

We cut to the back where we find Lexy Chapel, accompanied by someone with a backstage pass hanging from their neck, walking toward a large box on the floor. The words “EARLIER TODAY” appear in the corner of the screen. Lexy seems almost carefree, however the woman with her is carrying a large stack of papers. She places these papers down on a box. We see that the box has an image of a desk on the side, as though it is a flatpacked desk that has yet to be assembled. In the background of the scene, on the floor, we see a door.

Lexy: “Ok, exciting news, tonight we’re going to solve this door issue once and for all. You’re… err… where did I find you again?”

Woman: “I’m supposed to be interning in marketing. I actually think that I should—”

Lexy: “Shh, shh, you’ll learn more from hands on experience. Do you guys have apprenticeships over here? You could definitely be my apprentice.”

The woman looks nervously over her shoulder toward where she’s likely meant to be. Lexy snaps her fingers and the woman turns back around.

Lexy: “You want a full-time job with SCW? Then you need to start solving problems. And there are no bigger problems than that goddamn door! When I asked them for a door, that wasn’t what I meant, and they know it. But noooo, Mr D. still has a grudge against me because of, err… well, this thing that happened.”

Woman: “What happened?”

Lexy: “I might have dressed up like a detective and implied that someone had shoved a stick up his… you know what? Nothing. Nothing happened! It was clearly a joke. And this door thing has gone too far. What kind of manager am I if I can’t recruit clients? And how can I recruit clients without a door?”

Woman: “You could book out a meeting room.”

Lexy: “…goddamn it. Where were you a few weeks ago? Never mind. We’re in this situation now, so we need a solution. And my solution is right HERE!! Resumes! Dozens upon dozens of the best that Rochester has to offer. So, let’s go through them. Hand me the first one.”

The woman reaches over and picks up the first resume. We see a headshot attached.

Woman: “Well, this one is a handyman.”

Lexy: “Yeah, but that is not a face for TV! Geez! Next.”

Woman: “This one has carpentry skills.”

Lexy: “Ooh, that sounds promising. Oh. Wait. He looks like the plumber I hired last year. We can’t have someone who’s asscrack gets exposed on TV whenever they lean over. Honestly, there are already a whole bunch of assholes in SCW, we don’t need to see any more!”

The woman looks nervous. Lexy just lets out a sigh.

Lexy: “This is clearly going to take longer than I thought. But we’re not giving up until we find the perfect candidate!”

The camera zooms in on the stack of papers as we fade slowly out.

Christy Matthews vs. Peyton Rice

The arena goes dark before a lone spotlight shines on the entrance, suddenly the opening beats to “All The Days" by Mammoth play throughout the arena as the beautiful Peyton Rice walks out in wrestling gear and jacket. Her long sandy blonde hair hanging down. She looks around at the crowd before getting to one knee and making a line across the entrance, she crosses her arms and lowers her head for a moment before standing up and pointing to the ring as the crowd roars.

Suddenly Kelcey Wallace walks out to an even bigger roar of the crowd as she looks around and smiles. Blake Mason and Jaxson Sullivan join them. Turning to Peyton, they both nods. With her gorgeous and contagious smile, Peyton starts to walk to the ring with Kelcey behind her, stopping and pulling off some high fiving the fans and taking selfies with them. She continues to head to the ring soaking up the reaction before hopping into the apron and pointing the crowd before flipping over the top rope as the crowd roars, then behind her is Kelcey who slides in the ring much to the cheers of the fans, standing up quickly, Kelcey points to the turnbuckle. Peyton hopes on the second rope, pointing at the sky as the cheers continuing, Kelcey clapping. Peyton then thanks the fans while being announced….

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a thirty minute time limit. First, from Glendale, Arizona! Accompanied to the ring by her manager, “The Perfect Ten” Kelcey Wallace, she is NOT another “Pretty Face”, here is Peyton Rice!”

The crowd roars as she flips from the second rope on to her feet and does a cartwheel. She takes off her jacket and ruffles her hair a little, standing in the corner, talking with Kelcey who takes her entrance gear and steps outside to the corner, awaiting for the match to begin. Sullivan and Mason settle in the corner with Kelcey.

Sharper: “Christy Matthews called for this match. She wanted it. She’s getting it. To end this rivalry between her and Peyton Rice.”

Knots: “Or more importantly, to hurt her before she faces Xander Valentine, the spoils from the Chamber match. Not like that’s much of a get, but Peyton wants to face him. To challenge him for the US Title!”

The camera cuts to the crowd where we see a group of red-shirted security walking in through one of the ground-level entrances. They line up in front of the fans for a moment and seem to be holding them back. Then the lights go out leaving the arena in complete darkness. The screen fills with images of Franklin D. Roosevelt’s inaugural address.

“So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is—”

There’s a record scratch before a deep voice fills the arena.

“INFAMOUS!”

The opening “King of the World” by Porcelain and the Tramps hits the PA system. The fans boo loudly as we cut to the back. In the back we see Christy Matthews with taped fists and a red ring jacket with the hood pulled up over her head. She flexes her wrists for a few moments before looking behind her where we see Ravyn Taylor and Syren both joining her. Behind them appears to be CHBK, Holly Adams, Alexander Crowe and Christopher Richter. The fans boo louder as Infamous behind to walk the corridors toward the ring.

...E B D O N E N T E R T A I N M E N T P R E S E N T S...

...C H R I S T Y M A T T H E W S...

The music keeps playing as we see Christy appear in the doorway that security previously opened. She pauses, her head down for a moment before extending her arms in the mock crucifix pose. After a moment she starts walking to the ring, accompanied by the rest of Infamous. When she approaches ringside, she doesn’t even break stride, simply vaulting over the guardrail and toward the ring apron where she jumps up, quickly ascending the turnbuckles and extends her arms again in the mock crucifix pose.

Phillips: “Introducing, from the City of Angels, representing Infamous, she is accompanied to the ring by Christopher Richter, CHBK, Holly Adams, Alexander Crowe, Ravyn Taylor and Syren, this is CHRISTY MATTHEWS!”

She steps up onto the top turnbuckle and then jumps down to the ring, taking off her jacket and throwing it into the corner. At ringside we see Ravyn Taylor slip it out of the ring. Christy then drops to her knees, extending her arms out again before collapsing back into a seated position in the corner as the rest of Infamous gather around her corner. While sat in the corner she adjusts her Infamous armband, tapping it with two fingers as she looks to the camera. Peyton looks around as Kelcey Wallace does too, Infamous giving her space, but Ravyn Taylor looking at her, waving at her now. Jaxson Sullivan remains with her as does Blake Mason.

Sharper: “Ravyn Taylor noticing Kelcey Wallace. Right now, they’re giving her space, but I don’t know about this.”

Knots: “But Kelcey is standing her ground. She’s got some backup.”

Sharper: “Blake Mason and Jaxson Sullivan taking it upon themselves to protect her.”

The bell sounds as Peyton and Christy look at one another. They start to circle the ring and then lock up in the middle. They push back on one another before Peyton turns into an arm wrench. She then wrenches the arm again and grabs Christy by the head. She locks in a side headlock. She pulls back and Christy gets her to the ropes and fires her off. Peyton bounces and Christy goes for a shoulder, taking Peyton down. Christy smirks, running into the ropes. She bounces off. Peyton rolls towards her. Christy flips over her and rolls to her feet. She gets up and Peyton gets up and runs at Christy, but Christy hits an arm drag. Both get up and Peyton heads for Christy. Christy goes for a hip toss, but Peyton spins through and takes her down. She goes to grab Christy. Christy pushes her off with her feet and Peyton rolls back. Christy gets up and looks at Peyton as Peyton does the same. The crowd applauds.

Sharper: “Back and forth. They don’t need the feeling out process, but this may be a moment to test one another and how they’re feeling.”

Knots: “Anything feel out of place. Anything slower. Anything faster. Tells you a lot.”

They circle the ring again. They lock up yet again and Christy this time, wrenches the arm. She pulls up on it. Peyton winces and flips forward and then nips up and cartwheels out of it. She then hits a dropkick. She goes for the pin.

Knots: “Placed well, that can just make you go limp. It’s scary!”

Sharper: “And Christy looks like she’s just getting started.”

Christy stomps Peyton in the head. Peyton rolls over. Christy follows up with another stomp. Peyton moves to the ropes, grabbing them and pulling herself up. She turns and Christy kicks her in the ribs and forearms her in the jaw. Peyton falls to the corner and Christy stands just off to the side and hits a series of hard right hands to the forehead of Peyton, each one taking her down more and more.

She gets up and Peyton does too. Christy runs at her, but Peyton jumps up and hits a Lou Thesz Press, the impact causing Christy to crash to the mat. Peyton then hammers away with a series of hard right hands.

Sharper: “Easy there. You’ll set her off.”

Knots: “So does burnt toast in the morning. What’s your point?!”

Christy stirs and Peyton clubs her in the back and then again before whipping her into the ropes. Christy bounces off and Peyton hits a back elbow. She then turns and exits to the apron. She climbs up to the top rope. Christy gets up and looks at her and runs at her. Peyton jumps forward and over her. She lands on her feet and rolls through. She gets up and turns and Peyton goes high, but Christy goes low, driving her shoulder into Peyton’s stomach. Peyton staggers back and Christy gets up and hits a shoot kick to the jaw. 1!

2!

Christy rolls her shoulder up.

Sharper: “Snowbird only gets two. Christy getting that shoulder up!”

Knots: “There’s the hatred there and that’s a hell of a motivator to keep fighting.”

Christy stirs and Peyton gets up and grabs her. She then turns and goes to run her into the corner. She drives Christy face first into the corner. She then pulls her back and goes for a back suplex, but Christy backflips through. Peyton turns and Christy kicks her in the ribs, placing her head between her legs and hits a release snap powerbomb. The crowd ohs. Christy steps over her and then climbs up to the top rope. She then dives off and hits a knee drop to the chest of Peyton. Christy rolls through as Peyton rolls over in pain. Christy smiles and runs over and hooks the leg.

1!

2!

Peyton gets her shoulder up. The crowd erupts in cheers. Christy looks around and then grabs Peyton and drags her up. She headbutts her. Peyton staggers and Christy scoops her up and slams her down, again in position in front of the corner.

Sharper: “Christy shows some frustration.”

Knots: “Trying to drive the air out and maybe aiming for the throat for all we know!”

Sharper: “She’s going back to the well!”

Christy exits to the apron and then climbs up to the top rope. She looks down at Peyton and jumps forward, going for a double stomp. Peyton rolls out of the way. Christy lands and rolls through. She gets up and Peyton runs at her and suddenly drops down and rolls through into a school boy.

2!

3!

The crowd roars as Peyton lets go and rolls over. Christy turns and goes to grab at her. Peyton rolls out of the ring, going over to Kelcey Wallace, Blake Mason and Jaxson Sullivan.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Peyton Rice!”

Sharper: “Christy missed. Peyton got her for the three!”

Knots: “Talk about a boost for Last Laugh. She may not be school boying Xander, but she got a big win.”

Sharper: “And Christy Matthews is irate!”

Christy Matthews gets up and looks around as the crowd cheers. Peyton steps back and Kelcey raises her arm. The crowd cheers. She then continues to celebrate as Christy looks on annoyed and the scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

The lights dim as a voice backed by piano music fill the arena.

{That's the price you pay.... Leave behind your heartache, cast away
Just another product of today.... Rather be the hunter than the prey
And you're standing on the edge, face up... 'cause you're a NATURAL}

As the heavy music of Imagine Dragons kicks in the lights come back up and Bree Lancaster is standing on the stage and her arms spread wide. Bree looks up as white sparks shower down behind her from the top of the set to the stage. Scott Burnside appears behind her. The crowd boos heavily. She proudly holds her interim SCW World Championship.

Sharper: “Bree told Sienna Swann she’d take care of Ravyn. Now she’s back out here.”

Knots: “We know there’s some history between Swann and Ravyn, but also Syren and Bree. Not much between Ravyn and Bree.”

The chorus continues as Bree and Scott make their way down the ramp, Bree holding her arms out all the way to the ring. She stops at the steps and Scott goes up ahead of her. Bree follows and Scott holds the ropes open for her to step through. He goes to the apron as Bree walks to the center of the ring, turning as she does. She then walks a circle in the ring showing off, before going to the corner. Scott meanwhile meets Phillips in the middle of the ring, who hands him the microphone. Bree turns to him. She mouths “You listened” before grabbing the microphone from Scott. She turns to the middle of the ring. Phillips exits the ring.

Bree: “Don’t worry. You get more from your World Champion.”

The crowd boos.

Bree: “After earlier tonight, I wasn’t going to let that be your only taste because see, while Ravyn Taylor wants to get cute with Alexander Crowe doing his dirty business…don’t worry, I got the hint. The Cannon connection. For someone who claims to be smarter than everyone, cute doesn’t fit you.”

Bree pauses.

Bree: “But that’s fine. Gotta do what you gotta do. I mean no one saw you getting a title shot in December of 2020 and here we are. So you gotta look like you deserve it, even if we know, when the bell rings, you’re already at a disadvantage. No, I’m not going to run down your history. The fact is, you’re a former World Champion. It doesn’t matter. The fact is that if you wanted to be champion again, you’d be here. Instead, you were happy to play second fiddle and this…this moment, it’s all because Sasha knew one thing. No one is capable of challenging me. And that’s fine…”

Bree shrugs.

Bree: “I’m a once in a generation talent. Just as Sienna is and trust me, Owen Cruze, may have had a shot, but he and Kelcey are going to regret their hubris. Just like Ravyn will hers.”

“INFAMOUS!”

The opening of “Open Your Eyes” by Guano Apes hits the PA system.

“Hide your face forever

Dream and search forever-ever-ever-ever”

The song gets stuck on the word and is then interrupted by the deep sound of the voice of Marilyn Manson.

“Just lay your head in daddy’s lap

You’re a bad girl!”

“Bad Girl” by Avril Lavigne hits the PA system as we cut to the backstage. We see Ravyn Taylor walking the corridors, accompanied by both CHBK and Alexander Crowe. Ravyn walks out wearing Dark Fantasy gear. As she walks the camera reverses down the corridor, and we see Christy Matthews, Holly Adams, and Syren are amongst those behind her as Infamous make their way toward ringside, and we can hear the boos from the crowd even backstage. We then cut to the shot of the doorway again where we see Ravyn Taylor walk through. She pauses, a smirk on her face for a moment, before beginning to walk to the ring.

Sharper: “They were just out here. Now they’re doing their whole song and dance again!”

Knots: “This is a show of strength. They’re making sure everyone knows what Infamous is and what it represents. Like anyone forgot!”

Bree looks around.

Sinfully Seductive

Captivatingly Corrupt

Dark Fantasy

We follow the group as they make their way down toward ringside, with security keeping fans back in the aisles. Ravyn doesn’t seem at all distracted by the noise and movement of people around her however, keeping her eyes focused on the ring. She gets to the barricade and pauses. Alexander Crowe and Syren grab her by the arms and lift her up and over. She jumps down the other side and smirks again as she walks around the ring. Bree looks around. Scott, even more so, is concerned. Ravyn grabs a microphone from Phillips and turns to the ring.

Ravyn: “Care to keep talking strong?”

Bree: “You all know that if you need this army to do anything, it just proves me right.”

Ravyn: “Maybe I don’t care. I mean I didn’t earlier, preferring to be cute.”

The crowd roars as a mixed reaction comes from the crowd. Infamous remains around the ring. Ravyn Taylor then walks over to the steel steps. She steps up them, standing on the other side of the ringpost.

Ravyn: “See, Bree….for too long, we’ve heard your exploits touted as something to be proud of. For many, it would be just that. For me, it’s something I just don’t care about. To me, you’re just another figure who showed up, got to the top, and frankly, someone I hope to enjoy shoving off the top and watching how long they plummet below.”

Bree: “Now who’s being arrogant.”

Ravyn: “You’re in no position to act arrogant, so I may as well take the dominant trait. Even if Sienna Swann was to randomly come down here, would it be to her advantage? When she has, as you put it, what she wants? Then again, what’s stopping me from taking advantage of that? I mean, I could pass off for Wallace if I wanted to. At least enough to see if I could get a former ally to act.”

Bree now looks to a bit more annoyed if anything.

Ravyn: “Relax…I gain more from defeating you in your own hubris at Last Laugh. While Syren is earning her way to history, I am happily have some fun in the interim with this gift courtesy of SCW’s booking. And this…”

Ravyn looks around.

Ravyn: “Take it for what it is. How quickly I have no problem using the strength at my disposal for that precious relevance. Just as you, intentionally or not, leaned on Sienna Swann. When she kneed me in the face. Don’t worry, Bree. I plan to return the favour, just to you.”

Bree: “Good luck Ravyn. You’re not going to get the opportunity.”

Ravyn smirks.

Ravyn: “Again…you’re in no position to issue threats. Perhaps you should realize that…quoth the Ravyn, nevermore!”

Ravyn remains on the steel steps as Bree Lancaster looks at her. Scott looks around as Ravyn hops down to the floor. She then starts to walk around the ring. Bree watches as Infamous makes no attempt to hit the ring, instead, filing around the ring and to the rampway. Bree glares at Ravyn as Syren keeps watching her. Ravyn calmly walks around the ring and to the rampway. She then stops and turns to the ring. She smirks as Bree just glares at her. Just then, Syren suddenly lunges forward, going to the ring, before CHBK stops her, as does Crowe. Bree stops and turns around, as James Evans, somehow, from the crowd, has entered the ring. Bree turns and lifts the interim World Championship up, as if to use as a weapon. James, however, doesn’t advance on her, just looking at Bree. Syren is stopped and steps back, telling Holly and CHBK, the two individuals stopping her, that she’s calm.

Sharper: “Ravyn playing mind games. Bree showing confidence. But it may not matter! James Evans in the ring!”

Knots: “Last we saw him before these last few weeks, he lost the title to Bree!”

Bree looks at James as James just smirks at her. Bree looks around as Scott runs around, hiding behind Bree. CHBK motions to have Syren dragged to the back if need be. Ravyn follows too as James Evans looks at Bree, but focuses on Syren. Bree glances behind her, noticing James’s eyes as the scene again, fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage, we see Aaron Blackbourne in the locker room with Kelcey Wallace, Owen Cruze, Peyton Rice, Jaxson Sullivan and Blake Mason. Aaron shakes his head.

Aaron: “This…”

Peyton sits down next to him in her gear.

Peyton: “You need to take it. If I’m stepping up to Xander….”

Aaron: “Yeah, just Giovanni…”

Owen: “Bro…you’ve been grinding for so long. This is an opportunity. And Gio, Sienna, they’re just one of many people who need a reality check.”

Kelcey looks at him.

Kelcey: “They’re right. And you deserve your run. It’s why I didn’t want Peyton to give it up. To let Giovanni get into her head. You deserve your time. You got sidelined by Shilo. You deserve better. And if its facing Glory at the last Breakdown of the year…”

Aaron nods and looks up. He then looks right at Blake. Kelcey glances at him.

Blake: “Don’t worry about me. I’m still trying to come to terms with it. One sister hates me. The other gave me a World Title shot and now a chance at an Adrenaline Title shot.”

Aaron gets up and walks over. Blake looks at him.

Aaron: “Just glad you’re here. And you’re standing up for what’s right. Just weird as three months ago, we wouldn’t say the same about Glory.”

Blake: “Doesn’t mean she doesn’t deserve a hell of a challenge.”

Aaron: “Then let’s hope it’s one of us.”

Blake: “Let’s hope.”

Blake and Aaron look at one another as the scene cuts away.

Vengeance vs. Jay Gold & Kelsai Adamson-Mason

The lights turn off in the arena.  Immediately the titantron goes completely bright white, almost blinding.  Then the white light simmers down.  The voice of Jay Gold can be heard saying "The old is about to become the new."  Those words also display on the titantron.  A few moments pass before the white background with the words turns to a solid gold background.   "Until The Day I Die" by Story of the Year begins to play.  As the song gets to the chorus, one gold pyro goes off on each side of the stage.  At this moment Jay Gold appears on the stage and surveys the crowd, but not smiling like he normally does.  He does acknowledge the crowd and nods.  As he nods the crowd provides a positive response as he begins to head to the ring.  Once he arrives he walks up the steel steps and steps into the ring.  He again nods at his surroundings and gives the crowd the thumbs up, but it’s more of a delayed thumbs up.  They do cheer him and keep going until it is clear that Jay is ready to take on this latest wrestling match in his career.  His music settles as this happens.  Jay turns to the entrance way, awaiting his tag team partner.

Jason Phillips:  “The following match is a tag team match and is scheduled for one fall.  In the ring, from Albany, New York… SCW Hall of Famer Jay Gold!  And his tag team partner… Kelsai Adamson-Mason!”

Kelsai emerges from the backstage area along with Amy Chastaine.  Kelsai walks towards the ring quickly and confidently while "Let Love In" by The Goo Goo Dolls plays in the background.  While looking ready to compete she still holds a smile on her face while her manager Amy Chastaine walks by her side, smiling brightly.  Getting to the ring, Kelsai jumps from the floor to the ring apron before she steps through the ropes, reveals her simple all white attire, and goes to the corner where Jay Gold now waits for her, smiling and waving enthusiastically, before she gets ready for her match, with Amy keeping watch from their corner outside the ring, down at the ringside area.  “Let Love In” slowly fades out.

Jason Phillips:  “And their opponents…  Jessica Lasiewicz, Kimberly Williams… Vengeance!!!”

The opening guitar riff of “Crazy Train” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play.  Kimberly Williams comes rushing out onto the stage to loud cheers from the audience and chants of “Kimmie’s Gonna Kill You”.  Kim rushes from one side of the stage to the other, pumping the audience up.  While she is doing this Jessica Lasiewicz slowly emerges onto the stage with a stoic yet intense gaze towards the ring.  Kimberly turns to her half-sister and motions to follow her towards the ring.  Kimberly charges the ring by herself, despite her encouraging Jessica to do so too.  Kimberly slides into the ring from underneath the bottom rope and then waves for The Archangel to join her but Jessica is making her way slowly to the ring.  Jessica steps up on the steel steps and then steps over to the middle of the ring apron where she poses once more for the fans to loud cheers.  She then steps through the ropes and steps to the center of the ring as the music dies down.  Jay and Kelsai both look at the half-sisters and both nod.  The half-sisters turn to them and while Kimberly has her normal crazed look in her eyes, Jessica nods in return before the two of them head off to the opposite corner.  The referee assigned to the match calls for the bell.

Kimberly gladly gets into the ring from her side.  Jessica seems okay with this.  Jay stays in the ring as Kelsai nods.  Kimberly immediately goes after Jay and actually pulls him down for a quick roll-up pin.

1!

Jay kicks out right away and actually turns Kimberly over, immediately shaking off the sudden shock of getting taken off guard.  He goes to lock Kimberly into the Golden Recliner, but Kimberly fights it off, kicks a lot, and gets free from Jay’s clutches.  She clamors right to her feet.  Jay does as well, and both of them glare at one another.

Sharper: “Wow, fast start to this one.  Both Kimberly and Jay going for a fast one, but to no avail.”

Knots: “I’m not surprised.  Jay definitely wants to avoid the stabby stabby.”

Kimberly circles Jay a bit before lunging in at him.  Jay is there to meet her and the two tie up.  Both try to get behind the other and it is eventually Kimberly that is able to win out in this regard against the Hall of Famer as she is able to cinch in a really good arm bar submission.  She tugs quite a bit and while Jay goes to get the submission off, Kimberly takes advantage and chops Jay down to a knee with a kick to the back of the leg.  Kimberly holds on to the arm bar but Jay is able to drag her over to the nearest rope in order to break the hold.  She doesn’t let go right away.

1!

2!

3!

Kimberly lets go of the hold but doesn’t let up the offense.  She yanks Jay off the ropes and pulls him back towards the middle of the ring.  She looks to go to apply a crossface, but this time Jay is able to move around a little and block it.  He pulls away from Kimberly and gets back up.  This time it’s Jay who brings Kimberly to her feet and Irish whips her into one of the neutral corners.  Kimberly goes sailing towards the corner but is able to halt her momentum and not eat the turnbuckle.  However when she turns back around, Jay is waiting for her and nails her with a clothesline that knocks her off her feet.  Jay reaches over and tags in Kelsai.  Jay shakes off the cobwebs from the beginning portion of the match before getting out to the apron.  With Kimberly off her feet, Kelsai sets up for and delivers a roundhouse kick, right when Kimberly is trying to get to her feet.  Jessica is looking very stoic in her corner, rolling her eyes, but does calmly clap to get Kimberly going.

Kelsai reaches down and grabs Kimberly by the head, pulling her up to her feet.  She hits a couple of forearm smashes which rattle Kimberly back to the nearest set of ropes.  Jessica reaches out her arm but she is not close enough for Kimberly to tag out to her.  Kelsai runs at Kimberly and delivers a baseball slide, which sends Kimberly clear out of the ring.  Kelsai is able to hold onto the ropes and pull herself back in.  She waits in the ring as Jessica goes to check on her teammate.

Knots:  “How about that?  Jay struggles some, tags in Kelsai, and she has taken over this match.  Maybe Jay just doesn’t have it anymore.  We saw it against Alioth.”

Sharper:  “We did.  Kimberly is no slouch when it comes to submissions though.  We all know that.”

Knots:  “True.  At least Jay didn’t tap out this time… yet.”

Sharper:  “After all these years and you still give him a hard time.”

Knots:  “Eh, I can’t change the way I am.  I’ll give him his props.  He’s a Hall of Famer.  He’s done it all.  But lately he just hasn’t been able to hang much, with Under Attack being his one recent bright spot.”

The attention switches back off Sharper and Knots and back to the actions as Jessica has made her way back into the ring.  Kelsai delivers a snap DDT and keeps mounting offense by grabbing a hold of Jessica and then delivering a belly-to-belly suplex into a pin.

1!

2!

Jessica kicks out and raises her arm up, as if she is in dire need of help.  She can be heard grunting as she goes to get up, only to have Kelsai deliver a handspring elbow, right down onto the chest of Jessica.  Jessica winces, rolls over and over and over as quick as possible, which somehow leaves her at the feet of her partner.  Jessica reaches her hand underneath the middle rope and tags Kimberly on the head.  Kimberly rolls out to the apron as Jessica calmly and coolly enters the ring.  Kelsai goes to spear her, but Jessica sets up for a leg whip.  The leg whip somewhat connects, but Kelsai is able to spear Jessica down at the same time, both of them taking a decent amount of impact.  Jay is able to see what just happened and looks worried and very unsure about the situation.  Amy Chastaine can be seen looking up at him before she pounds on the mat, urging Kelsai to get to her feet.  She begins to do so as Jessica is getting up as well.  Jessica fully gets to her feet first and is able to finish pulling Kelsai up, bringing her up and over with a capture suplex.  Kelsai’s back hits the mat, but Jessica keeps herself locked onto Kelsai.  She then flips her over a second time with a German suplex before releasing.  Jessica rolls over and goes to hook Kelsai up for the fall.

1!

2!

Kelsai kicks out.  Kimberly can still be seen on the apron, but she appears to be quite out of it, with her left arm draped to the outside of the ring.  Jessica sees this and knows that she will likely have to carry the load in this one.

Jessica brings Kelsai back up but Kelsai blocks what Jessica was about to do.  She is able to whip Jessica back into one of the neutral corners.  She scrambles over and gets the hot tag into Jay.  By the time Jay gets into the ring though, Jessica runs at him and grabs his head, planting Jay face first into the mat with a drive-by.  The crowd oohs as Jay is in a heap on the mat.  He does stir right away but looks a bit wobbly when getting to his feet.  Jessica goes to take advantage of that by beginning to lock in a dragon sleeper hold.  Jay fights to immediately break it and is able to do so.

Sharper:  “Maybe Jay is waking up a bit.  He would not allow that sleeper to be applied.  That is more the Jay Gold everyone has come to know and love over the past 17 years.”

Knots:  “Everyone?  Not everyone.  To some he has been and always will be a cockroach that won’t die.”

Sharper:  “Seriously?”

Jessica looks a little frustrated, but she grabs for Jay again and again goes to lock in the dragon sleeper.  Jay goes to one knee, but it’s seemingly by design as he is able to get Jessica up and over and down to the canvas.  Jay quickly goes to lock in the Golden Recliner, clearly seeing that this has mostly been a submission-type battle.  Jessica however fights him off and rolls away.  Jay goes after her but ends up getting sucked into the opposing corner.  Kimberly suddenly from the apron grabs at both of Jay’s legs and holds on tight, bringing him to his knees.  The referee sees this and begins to count to 5.

1!

2!

3!

4!

Jessica pulls Jay away from her own teammate’s clutches in order to save the match from ending in a disqualification.

Sharper:  “Kimberly is just way too unstable.”

Knots:  “At least she doesn’t have knives!  STABBY!  I wouldn’t mind if Jay got “stabbed” to be honest.”

Sharper:  “We know you wouldn’t.”

Jessica does take advantage of what Kimberly did and yanks Jay to his feet before delivering an uppercut right to Jay’s jaw.  She then sends Jay across the ring and he bounces off the ropes on the other side.  Luckily for Jay when he bounced off the ropes Kelsai was able to barely tag him on the arm, which also luckily for Jay, the referee saw!  The referee motions for the tag as Jessica takes down Jay with a kick to the upper chest.  Jay goes down as Kelsai quickly grabs Jessica and rolls her up real fast into a ball on the mat.  The referee even looks surprised at how fast Kelsai has acted and drops down to count.

1!

2!

Jessica is able to get a shoulder up off the mat and then fully kick out.  Kelsai doesn’t look disappointed at this and instead keeps her eye on the prize.  She immediately goes up against the nearest set of ropes and sets up for and connects with a springboard dropkick.  Jessica however goes to get right back up.  Kelsai sees that it definitely wasn’t enough to keep Jessica down so she ascends to the top of the nearest corner and leaps off, hitting her breathtaking 720 Splash.

Sharper:  “The 720 and she hit it flush!  This could be it.”

The referee gets into position.

1!

2!

Kimberly has crawled into the ring and breaks up the fall just in time.  Kimberly then slithers away, but closer to Jay and Kelsai’s corner, rather than her own.

Sharper:  “Always have to wonder what Kimberly is doing.”

Knots:  “Only she knows.”

Amy can be heard speaking to Kelsai.

Amy:  “Don’t let up.  You’ll get her.”

Kelsai does hear Amy and pulls away from the area of the pinfall.  Kelsai can see that Jessica has not yet moved so she ascends back to the top, right in her own team’s corner, and begins to set up for the Bombs Away.  Outside the ring though Kimberly suddenly pops up and yanks at the ropes really hard, repetitively, causing Kelsai to lose her balance.  Kelsai falls down into the ring.  Jay who has recovered on the apron sees this and scrambles to Kelsai’s aid.  He tags himself in and goes to pick up where Kelsai left off against Jessica, however at this point Jessica is playing possum.  Jessica gets him with a drop toe hold that catches Jay by surprise and brings him down to his knees.  Jessica pushes Jay’s head into the canvas with her right elbow.  This gives Jessica the time she needs to correctly reposition herself so she can easily grab both of Jay’s arms and lock in the Torturous Destiny.  Amy Chastaine looks extremely worried now on the outside and does cheer Jay in, slapping the apron as the crowd cheers him on as well to break out of it.  Jessica however has it cinched in HARD though.  With no warning whatsoever Jessica then flips over Jay into a bridge and we can hear Jay screaming, trying to hang on.

Kelsai stirs but Kimberly from outside the ring grabs Kelsai by the legs.  Amy turns her attention to this and as she does so Jay Gold is tapping in the ring, unable to hang on any longer.

The bell rings as the crowd somewhat boos what has just happened.  Jessica keeps Jay in the hold a couple moments longer before she does release it, clearly just wanting to prove a point that SCW needs to watch out for her.

Jason Phillips:  “Here are your winners via submission… Jessica Lasiewicz and Kimberly Williams… Vengeance!”

The crowd’s boos have even silenced and they just don’t know now what to think as Jay can be heard calling out to Kelsai, despite being in clear pain.

Jay:  “Kelsai!  I’m sorry!  I…  I’m sorry!”

Kimberly has let go of Kelsai.  Kimberly departs with Jessica as Kelsai can see the pain that Jay is in.  She does roll over and check on him, wincing some herself, but not nearly as bad.

Jay:  “I can’t…”

Kelsai:  “Can’t what?”

Jay:  “I… I understand if you don’t want to tag with me anymore.  You’re the future.  I pass the torch of Golden Moments to you.  I don’t want to bring you down Kelsai.”

Kelsai:  “Hey.  It’s okay.”

Kelsai nods at him but Jay looks very unsure of himself as the scene inside the ring cuts over to Sharper and Knots.

Sharper:  “Wow, I don’t think we have ever seen Jay Gold so down on himself before.”

Knots:  “I know I’ve taken a lot of rib shots at him, but yeah.  Painful to watch.”

The scene inside the arena fades out with both Jay and Kelsai slowly getting out of the ring.

Breakdown cuts backstage to see La Pequena Luz and Amelia Blythe speaking to a reporter. They’re openly speaking Spanish as they do and we then pan back to see Ricky James looking on and shaking his head. Lucy Huckabee Sanders stands with them.

LHS: “Pathetic. Just pathetic. Bringing in people for all over when they have no business.”

James: “Giving them seats in the crowd. Sell those tickets to hard-working, paying Americans. Just-“

LHS: “You know what this means…”

James: “Of course!”

LHS storms over to the reporter and Luz and Blythe.

LHS: “Time for an emergency press conference. Come on! Gather round! Gather round!”

Luz and Blythe just look at them and just shake their heads and walk off, completely leaving the scene. LHS looks around.

LHS: “Come on!”

James: “They don’t respect us. Of course, here in New York. Where people are coming here and taking positions from hard working Americans. We see people thinking they are this and that, when we’re finding out who are real Americans. Standing for the values we all agree with. They’re honest. They’re hard-working. They do what they need. They know what to believe!”

LHS: “And we see people getting opportunities, getting attention, when someone like Ricky here, who I know has an Adrenaline Title shot. Finally having an opportunity to prove what he can do, but we know that with Shady Sasha’s Canadian agenda, we’re not going to get a fair fight. Asher Hayes in there when he had to cheat to beat Ricky here. And then people like Blake Mason or Aaron Blackbourne whose arrogance is so much.”

James: “So much”

LHS: “If we can get the fair fight, without the unfair padding, and the undue influence, we can return the Adrenaline Championship home…to a true American!”

James: “Damn right!”

LHS: “And Sasha can then be forced to work with us. Because she can ignore us, but she can’t ignore the Silent Minority forever!”

James: “Trust me. We’re not going anywhere!”

LHS: “Damn right!”

LHS and James stand proudly. LHS glances back and then notices that Luz and Amelia have left. She refocuses to the camera as the scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage, Datura is mounted on the “Referee” as he gives her a piggyback ride.

Datura: “Hold!”

The “Referee” stops, and Datura gazes into the distance. At this point, the camera pulls back, clearly moving behind a wall.

Datura: “Hmmm…everyone seems to be-“

Datura sees someone.

Datura: “YOU!”

We then see a person in the background run off. Datura then kicks the “Referee” and tries to get him to move, but the “Referee” falls to a knee.

“Referee”: “Damn it! That hurt!”

Datura: “Now we can’t chase after her…”

Datura sighs.

Datura: “Well there’s only one potential challenger.”

“Referee”: “What are you…..wait….no….”

Datura: “I saw you eyeing my championship!”

Datura then grabs his arm and wrenches it into a hammerlock before spinning around him and locking in the Fever Dream. The “Referee” flails, tapping, yelling, whatever he can do as Datura pulls back and holds on for a moment, forcing him to pass out. After letting go, she kneels next to him, poking his lifeless body. Disappointed, she lifts his arm and lets it fall limply to the ground. .

Datura: “Well…Guess I didn’t need you for six hours.”

Datura reaches into the “Referee”’s pants, pulling out a wad of cash. She peels off a couple of bills before dropping the remaining bills over him. After brushing herself off, she skips off as the scene cuts away.

JaMarcus Avery vs. Asher Hayes

SCW Television Championship

"King Nothing" by Metallica echos from the louder speaker. The lights go out. When the lights come back on Donovan Cunningham appears on the stage. Not too long after JaMarcus Avery and TD Batterson walk out to join him. All three of them raise one fist into the air. Then they march down to the ring with purpose.

They reach the ring. Donovan gets on the apron. JaMarcus slides underneath the bottom rope. While all this is going on TD walks up the ring step. Donovan holds the rope open for TD to enter the ring. They join JaMarcus in the center of the ring. Once again, all three raise their fist in the air. TD and Donovan exit the ring leaving JaMarcus alone.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the SCW Television Championship. Introducing first, the challenger, he is…Jamarcus! Avery!”

The arena lights dim down, as the opening riffs of "Awake" by Godsmack echo throughout the arena. At the 26 second mark, the name "Asher Hayes" blares through the sound system. As the arena lights return to normal, Asher appears on the stage, wearing a long leather jacket and sunglasses, the SCW Television Championship rests around his waist. Cid Turner stands beside him.

“Wait another minute
Can't you see what this pain has fucking done to me
I'm alive and still kickin'
What you see I can't see and maybe
You'll think before you speak”

He, along with Cid, makes his way down the ramp as the reaction of the crowd rain down upon him. He walks up the ring steps and climbs to the top turnbuckle, lifting both fists into the air, slinging the jacket off his shoulders, simply looking at the crowd before dropping down and running to the opposite side.

“I'm alive for you
I'm awake because of you
I'm alive I told you
I'm awake swallowing you...”

He stands, once again, on the top rope. He tosses his shades out to the crowd, as he looks toward the ceiling, lifting the TV title high above his head, before dropping down, and handing the title to the ref before leaning into the corner, talking with Cid as he waits for the match to begin.

Phillips: “And his opponent, from Chicago, Illinois, he is the reigning SCW Television Championship…he is…Asher! Hayes!”

The ref calls for the bell. Asher and Jamarcus rush out of their corners, and begin to exchange punches in the center of the ring.

Sharper: “And we’re off. Both competitors wasting no time here.”

Jamarcus gets the upper hand, hitting Asher with a forearm. He backs Asher toward the ropes. He goes to whip Asher, but Asher reverses, pulling Jamarcus into a short arm lariat. Jamarcus hits the mat and gets right back up, only for Asher to hit a dropkick, sending Jamarcus into the ropes once again. Jamarcus charges off the ropes, taking Asher down with a shoulder tackle. He goes for a quick cover.

Jamarcus gets to his feet, grabbing Asher off the mat once again. He hits a few knife-edge chops, before hitting a European uppercut. Asher stumbles, turning his back to Jamarcus, who grabs him and hits a half nelson suplex.

Knots: “I can see why the guy’s been called the Evolution of Pro Wrestling.”

Asher is shown using the ropes to get to his feet. Jamarcus begins to stalk him. Asher turns and Jamarcus hooks him before sending him to the mat with a belly to belly suplex. Jamarcus goes for the cover.

Jamarcus grabs Asher off the mat and whips him into the corner. Jamarcus charges, only for Asher to his boot up. Jamarcus collides before stumbling back. Asher hops onto the top of the turnbuckle. Jamarcus turns around and Asher grabs him, taking Jamarcus down with a flipping neck breaker.

Knots: “Asher turning the tide!”

Sharper: “But can he maintain it?”

Asher gets to his feet, as Jamarcus gets to one knee. Asher charges and connects with the Dust to Dust. Jamarcus falls to the mat. Asher gets to his feet once again, grabbing Jamarcus’ legs, before stepping through and flipping him over.

Sharper: “Asher with the Painful Hayes!”

The ref begins to check on Jamarcus who shakes his head no. Donovan and TD are shown near the apron, telling Jamarcus not to give up. Asher leans forward a bit more, applying more pressure. The ref checks in with Jamarcus, who shakes his head no.

Knots: “The challenger refusing to quit. Gotta give him that!”

Jamarcus begins to pull himself toward the ropes. Asher maintains the hold.

Sharper: “Jamarcus going toward the ropes, pulling himself, along with Asher.”

Knots: “You have to wonder how much this will drain him.”

Jamarcus reaches for the ropes and manages to grab them. Asher breaks the hold immediately, before rolling away and climbing to his feet. Jamarcus is shown using the ropes to get to his. Asher grabs him and goes to whip him across the ring, but Jamarcus manages to reverse, pulling Asher into a belly to belly suplex.

Sharper: “Avery driving Asher to the mat with that belly to belly.”

Jamarcus leans into the ropes for a few seconds, before shaking his head and going toward Asher. He grabs Asher, who hits a European uppercut. Jamarcus stumbles back and Asher hits a superkick, leveling Jamarcus. Asher goes for the cover.

Knots: “Asher turning the tide. Now going for a pin.”

Jamarcus kicks out once again. Asher gets up and backs toward the ropes. Jamarcus gets to one knee. Asher charges, only for Jamarcus to hit a European uppercut of his own. Asher staggers back and Jamarcus grabs him, pulling Asher into a bearhug. He begins to squeeze tightly, and Asher can be heard roaring in pain.

Knots: “Oh, Asher is in a bad spot.”

Sharper: “Asher’s history with back injuries is well known. Jamarcus, being the monster he is, can do more damage.”

The ref checks with Asher, who shakes his head no while wincing in pain. Jamarcus squeezes tighter, and Asher says no once again. Asher rears his head back and headbutts Jamarcus. Jamarcus stumbles a bit but maintains his grip. Asher hits another headbutt, then another, and another until Jamarcus lets go and stumbles away, holding his head. Ashes shakes the cobwebs before charging and hitting another spear.

Sharper: “What a damn battle!”

Jamarcus gets to one knee, but Asher lands a few punches, keeping him down. Asher bounces off the ropes and hits the Dust to Dust. Asher rolls over and climbs to his feet, before pulling Jamarcus up, hooking him, and planting him with the Ashes to Ashes. Asher hooks the leg as the crowd explodes.

3!!! The ref calls for the bell as the crowd erupts even further. “Awake” hits the PA system as Asher rolls away and gets to one knee. Donovan and TD are shown getting into the ring to check on Jamarcus. Asher gets to his feet, as the ref hands him the title.

Phillips: “Here is your winner and STILLL….the SCW TELEVISION CHAMPION…ASHER HAYES!!!”

Sharper: “Asher retaining here tonight. As I said earlier, it was one hell of a battle. Jamarcus showed he belongs here, and Asher showed that he can still go and can contend with anyone.”

Asher is shown celebrating in the ring, while Donovan, TD, and Jamarcus now stand on the outside. Asher climbs to the top rope, lifting the TV title above his head, as the crowd continues to cheer before we cut away.

---

We cut backstage to where we find Lexy Chapel looking very pleased with herself. The words “EARLIER TODAY” appear in the bottom corner of the screen as Lexy sits back on her box containing a flatpacked table and admires her handywork.

Lexy: “Ok, this is perfect. This honestly could not have gone better! You two are the solution to all my problems. Not only will you solve the problem with that pesky door, but you’re also perfect for the brand that we’re trying to create here. After tonight, you two will definitely represent Hashtag Become Unforgettable.”

The camera slowly pans and we turn to find two incredibly buff men wearing just tiny speedos. One of them looks as though he may burst out of his speedos at any moment, however this only seems to make Lexy happier.

Lexy: “They said it couldn’t be done. They said that I’d never find two perfectly qualified men to help me with this task. But I achieved it. You two! You two are going to do an excellent job, aren’t you?”

The camera pans back to the two men. They both look a little concerned.

First Man: “I didn’t think I’d be wearing something so sm—”

Lexy: “Fantastic? I know, right? Honestly, I’ve been telling people back here that women need eye candy too! SCW are all concerned with how to get younger viewers tuning in, because you know most wrestling fans these days are over 50, and I told them. I said ‘we need sex appeal’. Oh boy did I deliver.”

Second Man: “What do you need us to do?”

The first man, while incredibly muscular, sounds moderately intelligent. The second, however, sounds like he has no idea what’s going on. Lexy jumps up. She pulls out a bottle of baby oil and walks up to the second guy, squirting a little on him and rubbing it over his incredibly well-defined six-pack abs. She smiles contently before looking up at them both in a little confusion.

Lexy: “Sorry, got distracted. What was the question?”

Second Man: “What did you need us to do?”

Lexy: “Oh, right. That. Sure. You two just need to hang the door. You’re both beefy beefcakes, you can handle that no problem, right?”

First Man: “Well, I’m not really a carpent—”

Lexy: “Shh. Shh. I don’t want excuses. I need results! Do you see me making excuses? No, I achieve results!”

Second Man: “Like helping Crystal Zdunich land her role on the We Are Splat show?”

Lexy looks around suspiciously before nodding.

Lexy: “Yes. Yep. Yes. That was all me. If you hear anyone telling you differently, then they’re lying. I was totally involved in that. And I helped her draw her match against Syren last week. Honestly, Blake Mason is so going to regret not joining me. Why is that guys?”

Second Man: “Because you’re the best manager in SCW?”

Lexy: “Exactly! But, err, handsome? Say it with conviction next time, yeah? Really let people know you mean it. Ok, so, you guys handle the door, I’m going to go do, you know, manager things. I’m going to MANAGE! Yes. Ha, we’ve so got this nailed this week. Team Lexy For Life!”

Lexy skips off happily as the two men look at one another in confusion. The first man walks over and begins picking up the door.

First Man: “Do you know anything about doors?”

Second Man: “I hoped you did. What are we meant to attach it to?”

They look around in confusion as we slowly fade out.

Syren vs. Cookie Dreams

Lumberjack Match

The camera cuts to the crowd where we see a group of red-shirted security walking in through one of the ground-level entrances. They line up in front of the fans for a moment and seem to be holding them back. Then the lights go out leaving the arena in complete darkness. The screen fills with images of Franklin D. Roosevelt’s inaugural address.

“So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is—”

There’s a record scratch before a deep voice fills the arena.

“INFAMOUS!”

The opening of “Groupie” by Cassie Steele hits the PA system and we cut to the hallways in the back, where the cameras watch as Syren rounds a corner on her way to the ring. She’s got her hands taped, appears to be in her ring gear with her ring jacket on, but doesn’t even acknowledge the camera. Behind her are notably CHBK and Alexander Crowe, and we can see Holly Adams, Ravyn Taylor and Christy Matthews in the background as well. The crowd boos as this footage is shown on the screens. As the lights come back up in the arena, we see Syren walking through the doorway that security entered through moments earlier. She stands in the aisleway for a moment before turning her back to the camera. On the back of her jacket we see the Infamous skull logo.

Sinfully Seductive

Captivatingly Corrupt

Dark Fantasy

Syren spins back around again before looking over her shoulder. From behind her we see the rest of Infamous also walking through the doorway, led by CHBK. Ravyn Taylor and Christy Matthews also have similar jackets to Syren, with Christy’s being red in design and with a hood pulled up over her head. Holly Adams meanwhile has a Blondetourage jacket. Syren leads the pack to the guard rail with the security walking alongside them, holding back any fans from getting too close.

Phillips: “The following contest is a lumberjack match, scheduled for onefall and has a twenty minute time limit. Introducing, representing Infamous and being accompanied by Alexander Crowe, Ravyn Taylor, Holly Adams, Christy Matthews, Christopher Richter and SCW Hall of Famer CHBK, hailing from Los Angeles, California, and weighing one hundred and twenty nine pounds, she is a seven-time SCW World Champion, she is ‘The Alpha Female’, this is SYREN!”

Syren smirks as she’s introduced. Once they get to the guard rail Syren jumps over before the camera follows her walking up the ring steps. Once there we see Alexander Crowe leap onto the apron and sit on the middle rope, lowering it for her. She steps between the ropes and leans back to kiss him before Syren climbs the turnbuckles and points to herself confidently, shouting down at those at ringside as they jeer her. She takes her jacket off and tosses it to Alexander at ringside as she adjusts the skull-logo armband on her arm, pointing it out to the camera with a grin on her face and tapping it with two fingers.

Sharper: “Syren annoyed by everything last week. Drawing Crystal Zdunich. She misheard Jordan Majors and Cookie Dreams and now, she has them one this week, one next.”

Knots: “And their choice. Tonight, Cookie Dreams and it’s a lumberjack match! And I can’t wait to see who she has out to join her!”

Sharper: “I’m just noticing both Christy Matthews and Ravyn Taylor too out here. And they’ve been active tonight already.”

The lights dim as Nickelback’s “Something In Your Mouth” hit’s over the P. A System, all eyes focus to the stage where various colors of lights begin to flash.

Phillips: “Ladies and Gentleman, hailing from the mythical land of Candy Mountain by way of the  Cookieverse… She is bringing with her that 34DDestruction all the while being accompanied to the ring by the #GelatinSexMachine, her #KABLAMAPOTAMUS… Derek Adonis!! The one, the only… COOKIE DREAMS!!”

The crowd pops upon hearing the buxom blonde’s name, and even more so when she steps out onto the stage in her ring gear. She grins from ear to ear before skipping to one side of the stage and poses by blowing a kiss to the crowd. She then repeats the process on the other side of the stage before then returning to the center. We see Derek Adonis saunter out in a pink suit and blue shirt combo. The crowd cheers once again as the husband and wife couple kiss each other with a peck on the lips and lifting a leg each. Cookie then turns and looks back as Jordan Majors walks out and motions to the back. We see Chris Cannon & Lucas Knight walk out first before Jordan motions again and Regan Street walks out with Selena Frost and Mikaela Street. The crowd roars. Infamous looks on as Syren glances at the entrance way and gets up to her feet.

Sharper: “Look at who Jordan Majors is bringing out to stand with Cookie Dreams!”

Knots: “Looks like the two teams that will fight for the Tag Titles, they’re looking to take a shot at Dark Fantasy!”

Sharper: “And Infamous!”

Cookie begins to skip down and slapping hands with some fans before sliding into the ring as Derek walks down doing his best her majesty the queen wave. Cannon, Knight, Street, Street and Frost reach the ring with Majors as Cookie looks around. Syren snaps at the official to call for the start of the match. Cookie looks around and the bell sounds. Cookie turns and Syren runs across to Cookie and nails her with a couple of hard forearm shots to the jaw.

Sharper: “Syren wanted to get on Cookie fast and just going right for her.”

Knots: “Teeing off. Syren’s been trying to control that frustration. Not tonight!”

Syren gets a few more shots in and then grabs her and runs her across into another corner. Syren kicks her in the ribs and then again before leaning in, choking her with her boot.

Syren walks back and walks around the ring. She turns back to Cookie and Cookie runs out and hits a Lou Thesz press, pressing her chest into Syren. She then cradles Syren’s head and lifts her up and down, slamming her over and over into the mat. Cookie rolls off and to her knees. She gets up as Syren holds her head and neck and gets up and runs at Cookie who hit a hip toss. Syren gets up and Cookie hits a dropkick. Syren rolls over to the ropes and then back. She snaps at Selena who just waves at her.

Sharper: “Syren was going to go for a powder. Lumberjacks though.”

Knots: “Keeping her in the ring and here comes Cookie. She’s got the energy of uh…KABLAM labs product! Yeah! Lasts forever or so I’ve been told.”

Cookie Dreams runs over and grabs Syren and pulls her up and snapmares her over. She then runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a diving crossbody, taking Syren down. She goes for the pin.

Syren kicks out. Both women get up and Syren turns and Cookie nails her with a forearm and then wrenches her arm. She hits a short-arm clothesline and runs around the ring. She then looks at Syren as she gets up and runs at her and hits another running crossbody, this one more for impact. Cookie rolls through. Syren turns and gets up and Cookie grabs her and pulls her up before hooking her head. She goes for a suplex, but Syren spins through and lands behind her. She cuffs her in the back of the head and then again before turning and running her over and to the Infamous side of the ring. Syren takes a moment to walk around. Holly runs over and jumps over Cookie, almost intentionally not attacking her as Christy gets a stomp in and then another before Majors, Selena and Cannon run around. Regan, Adonis, Mikaela and Knight go around the other side. Infamous slowly backs away and Syren rolls to the floor. She glances back as she grabs Cookie and lifts her up, rolling her into the ring.

Sharper: “Christy got a few shots in, but not before everyone went around. It’s now just a bubbling cauldron out here.”

Knots: “If it breaks out, oh boy…”

Syren climbs onto the apron. Cookie starts to get up and Syren slingshots over and right into the Golden Blonde. The crowd ohs and Cookie rolls over, holding her ribs. Syren goes for the pin.

Cookie gets her shoulder up. She rolls over and Syren gets up and grabs her. She pulls her up and elbows her in the back of the head and then again before running her into the corner. Cookie hits hard. Syren follows up with a shoulder thrust and then another and another. Syren then backs up and runs at Cookie. Cookie lifts her up and over and Syren lands on the apron. Infamous starts to move around before Lucas pulls on the leg. Syren glances back. He backs away and waves.

Sharper: “Lucas! Grabbed Syren’s leg.”

Knots: “We remember that tag match a few weeks ago. Lucas remembering!”

Infamous goes around to protect Syren. Lucas backs away smirking as Syren glances back. She turns back and Cookie jumps to the middle turnbuckle and then jumps up, wrapping her legs around the head of Syren and forcing her up and over with a frankensteiner. Syren rolls over. She starts to get up and Cookie grabs her and whips her into the corner. Cookie then runs around the ring and runs into Syren before grabbing her with a running bulldog, completing the Boobs and Glory. Cookie goes for the pin.

Syren gets her shoulder up. She rolls over and stirs. Cookie gets up and Syren stirs. Cookie then hits a kick to the ribs. She runs into the ropes, but Holly trips her up. Cookie stops and turns and looks at her. Holly immediately apologizes before Holly turns around and Syren hits a running boot. The crowd boos and Holly turns around, sighing before turning around and in her battle of emotion, emphatically counting the pin.

2!

Cookie gets her shoulder up.

Sharper: “Holly and Cookie I thought had some respect. Holly cares more about Syren!”

Knots: “She was conflicted. Totally. Hence the back and forth emotions. Still, not as involved as she was last week!”

Syren stirs and grabs Cookie. She pulls her up and forearms her in the jaw and then again. She then lifts her up and places her on the top rope. Syren then nails Cookie with a hard right and then another. She climbs up and starts to get up to hook Cookie up. Syren gets up and Cookie fights back, nailing Syren with a forearm and then another and another before stepping up to the top rope. She shoves Syren back. Syren hits the mat. Cookie steadies herself before we see Alexander Crowe hop up and grab the leg of Cookie. Cookie kicks him off. This, however, leans to Chris Cannon heading over and nailing him with a hard right. Regan steps up and nails CHBK as Selena and Holly go at it. The crowd roars as Lucas goes after Christopher Richter and Ravyn backs away. Jordan goes for Christy. Syren however then jumps up and grabs Cookie and pulls her off with a top rope Total Makeover. The crowd boos. Syren goes for the pin.

Sharper: “A war has broke out here at ringside! The lumberjacks going at it!”

Knots: “And the two teams fighting for the Tag Titles working together, but Syren!”

Sharper: “Syren from the top rope! Driving Cookie down. Cookie had her! She had her!”

Syren hooks the leg.

3!

The crowd boos and Syren rolls out of the ring. Ravyn Taylor goes around to her. Syren then looks around.

Syren: “He here?”

Ravyn reassures her as Jordan gets a shot in on Christy. Christy staggers back and Crowe slinks away. Infamous starts to retreat, having their win. Regan and Selena move into the ring. Jordan follows as Lucas Knight and Chris Cannon walk around the ring. Mikaela joins Regan and Selena in the ring too.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Syren!”

Sharper: “Cookie Dreams was robbed here. Crowe got involved. That led to the war and now Infamous, getting their win, they leave.”

Knots: “But they’re not done. Jordan Majors has Syren at Last Laugh and she has to have some ideas of what to do1”

Infamous backs away from the ring as Syren holds her arm up. Cookie stirs as Jordan checks on her.

The scene cuts backstage as we see Kandis storming out of the office of Sasha. Kandis glances back.

Kandis: “That’s crap! Crap!”

Kandis walks over to Tommy Valentine who stands with Olaf.

Tommy: “Nothing?”

Kandis: “Not going to add me. Has Crystal in there. She at least had the draw. It’s BS. I got to the final two and now nothing?”

Tommy: “Figured…”

Kandis: “I brought you up and she said this was your making. You and Glory agreed to settle it. She…”

Tommy: “Good.”

Kandis looks a bit confused and turns to Tommy.

Kandis: “Good? What’s good about it?”

Tommy: “Frankly, spinning our wheels after everything. Loss after loss. Tag League, title shots…do we need another shot?”

Kandis: “Look, if you’re thinking that-“

Tommy stops her.

Tommy: “Not thinking that. Thinking that we need to change some of our tactics. You want something. I want something. Tag League…it’s out of reach. Doesn’t mean we can’t screw with others. And if we’re not booked…then we use that to our advantage. We’ll enjoy the night off in other ways.”

Kandis: “Well I-“

Tommy: “Not that way. Some of that way after….but we’re going to get you the attention you deserve.”

Tommy then turns and heads off. Kandis smiles and walks off. Olaf looks at Tommy a bit disapprovingly before the scene cuts to black.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage, Jessica Winters is standing with Jordan Majors and Cookie Dreams. The crowd roars seeing them. Cookie is still in her wrestling gear.

Jessica: “A chaotic scene with the lumberjack match, but Jordan, you’re be facing Syren at Last Laugh. You get the choice of the stipulation.”

Jordan: “And I’ve been thinking about it a lot. Cookie let Infamous have their fun tonight. We had our friends and wellwishers there. But at Last Laugh, you’re not going to have Crowe with the assist. Instead, we’re going to play to CHBK’s strength. Why not? Let’s have some fun. Surround the ring in steel and let’s see what you do one on one. You and I, Syren. Steel Cage Match!”

The crowd roars.

Jordan: “Let’s see how you do there! I know you’ve been in one before. But you know what I’m about! Gonna look forward to this!”

Jordan smirks as Cookie bounces.

Jessica: “Steel Cage! Last Laugh! Syren and Majors!”

Sharper: “Huge! Just huge!”

We return to the arena as the cameras pan across the crowd. We then cut to ringside to see Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots at the announce position.

Sharper: “What a night?”

Knots: “We have Datura running people over. We have Kelcey Wallace returning to the ring at Last Laugh. And so much more.”

Sharper: “Talk about a night that we’ll be remembering, but of course, in a week and a half, we will be on pay per view for Last Laugh on December 6, live from Glendale, Arizona.”

Knots: “Peyton Rice coming home.”

Sharper: “Just after Xander Valentine is. He’ll be facing Dylan Howell in a Falls Count Anywhere, No Holds Barred match momentarily and –“

???: “Ha…ha….ha….don’t worry, I’m not going to do the laughing shit.”

The crowd buzzes.

Sharper: “Is that who I think it is?”

???: “You know damn well what this is. Consider this the Voice of God, coming right to you. And while idiots can laugh, I only wish they were laughing at Cid. Maybe then he’d get the hint. But instead, he won’t. Teaming with a failed druggie in Asher Hayes and now proving to be a deadbeat fake parent against Matt Hodges.”

Sharper: “Chad Evans ladies and gentlemen.”

The crowd boos.

Chad: “But at least he got a better hint last week when he was in the ring when another failure finally realized the time was up. He stopped giving a damn about any chance for a return and he made sure to put two bullets right into its skull. Who would’ve thought that CHBK’s dumbass son would be the one with some quit in him given that CHBK at the ripe age of sixty still won’t screw off even thought we all want him too.”

Chad can be heard scoffing. We cut backstage to see Cid Turner, watching the television. Asher is trying to get him away from it.

Asher: “Ignore him. He’s always been a miserable ass.”

Cid: “But…”

Asher: “Look, I know you had a thing, but come on…”

Chad continues meanwhile.

Chad: “I had hoped to smack some sense into you but you’ve gotten even denser since you were last around. At some point you were a King…A literal King. Now you’re a joke, looking like you’re some homeless bum brought in to fight over a candy bar while the crowd laughs at you. I finally turned on this wretched show and saw you and nearly vomited all over Lexi. I saw YOU pretending you still had any business reclaiming the past.”

Chad openly sighs. We cut back to Cid turning to Asher.

Asher: “He’s jealous!”

Chad continues.

Chad: “You know it’s only going to end with more pain. I had hoped in London you’d realize how stupid this was. But for some reason you think there’s a hope. Probably why Asher Hayes won’t let you go. He’s got the same problem. Spinal stenosis. Oh Cid…didn’t think I’d know. I’m f[bleep]ing God. I know all. Even if it takes me a bit of digging. You’re one slam away from being a cripple and needing some drunk in a wheelbarrow to drag you to your shithouse in Colorado.”

The crowd boos loudly as a faint “Cid!” chant breaks out. Cid looks on at the TV screen backstage. Asher Hayes walks over to turn it off.

Cid: “Don’t!”

We then see Matt Hodges walking into the room behind him.

Hodges: “Yeah Asher! Don’t…let him hear God speak!”

Asher turns and heads over. Cid runs over and stops Asher.

Cid: “No…he…I deserve the hate.”

Chad continues, his voice reverberating throughout the arena.

Chad: “It’s pathetic. And if you won’t get the hint and call it a day to return home and obscurity…our days are done. MY days are done. So should yours….and you’re playing wrestler with Asher thinking you have a chance against Dark Fantasy…You’re going to end up a quadriplegic and for what? To make another future quadriplegic add a line to his career. You’re already a Hall of Famer…stop it…”

Chad scoffs again.

Chad: “And if not…I don’t know…just this is sad. We’re supposed to be done….What are you doing? What the hell are you doing?”

Chad sighs again as the crowd boos. Chad can be heard breathing exasperatedly before silence. The boos continue. We cut backstage to see Hodges step up.

Hodges: “Should listen to him. I mean what have you done since come back? Asher beat Syren. You tagged along and turned on your entire family and even Chad sees it. Maybe we’re all better without you.”

Asher: “Go to hell.”

Hodges: “Come on Cid. Say something.”

Cid: “Son-“

Hodges: “Screw that! If you show up at Last Laugh, maybe I’ll make ‘God’ happy and end this. I know I’ll at least feel good about it.”

Asher: “Get the hell out of here!”

Hodges backs off as Cid looks down and takes a deep breath. Asher turns to him.

Asher: “Come on…you’ve been weird since they started with this. You’ve moved on. They’re holding that over you. You’ve adapted man. We’ve been dominating in the Tag League. We’re doing things. You still are DAMN good.”

Cid: “But is it worth it? And Chad’s right…my back…”

Asher: “My back too. And we’ll have a good run and call it then. But why now?!”

Cid: “Maybe he’s right.”

Asher: “What the hell man? Just folding to him again…You’re better than this…all of this!”

Cid turns and looks down as Asher Hayes looks at him.

Asher: “Anything?”

Asher throws his arms up. Cid just shakes his head.

Asher: “Come on…think about it…”

Asher turns and heads off.

The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen as “The Old Me” plays throughout the arena. The crowd roars as Dylan Howell vs. Xander Valentine comes up on the screen.

Sharper: “While Chad Evans and Matt Hodges play mind games with Cid Turner. Asher Hayes trying to get through to his friend, it’s main event tonight.”

Knots: “This could be a slaughter. Dylan Howell faces Xander Valentine. Falls count anywhere. Oh boy…”

Sharper: “And it’s next!”

The scene fades to black.

Dylan Howell vs. Xander Valentine

Falls Count Anywhere

Phillips: “Ladies and gentlemen, this match is scheduled for onefall and is a falls count anywhere match and is your main event of the evening. First, in the corner of Dylan Howell…”

The house lights dim and the opening cymbal crash and riffs to "Hero" by Skillet begins to blare throughout the arena. A buzz can be heard rising through the crowd into cheers as the lyics begin...

I'm just a step away
I'm just a breath away
Losin' my faith today
(Fallin' off the edge today)

On the Jumbotron, clips of Simon hitting high impact and high risk moves plays as the song continues, hyping the fans even further

I am just a man
Not superhuman
(I'm not superhuman)
Someone save me from the hate

Simon Lyman steps out in a suit. He looks out at the crowd as they cheer him.

Phillips: “Please welcome Simon Lyman!”

Lyman continues to walk down to the ring. He goes to the ring and walks up the steel steps and steps in.

Sharper: “Simon Lyman making a special appearance for this one. Dylan Howell bringing him in and Simon happy to oblige.”

Knots: “Some history between Xander and Simon too. But I don’t know if this is going to help. Dylan wanted everyone to stay out of it. Simon would back him up, but Xander…he’s just something else right now!”

Sharper: “Xander Valentine has anything at his disposal. He defeated Selena Frost. He’s got Peyton on the horizon. We saw what he did to Dylan Howell just a couple of weeks ago.”

Knots: “And Dylan wanted more!”

“Adrenaline” by Gavin Rossdale plays as we cut to the entrance way where we see Dylan Howell walk out from the back. He looks around the arena as surprisingly, he’s not wearing anything goofy, but normal trunks. But he has MMA gloves on and is ready for battle. He then heads to the ring, throwing his arm up in the air.

Phillips: “First, on his way to the ring, from Malibu Beach, California, he is Dylan Howell!”

He then heads to the ring and runs over to the ring and hops up onto the apron. He looks around as Simon Lyman applauds him. Dylan then enters the ring and steps forward. He looks around and does some shadow punches as Simon Lyman looks around the arena.

Sharper: “Howell ready for war.”

Knots: “Good! Not showing up in a mankini as he did at Taking Hold of the Flame!”

Sharper: “Then again, this is a whole different situation. Family involved. On so many levels.”

The feedback over the PA system, as if a jack is plugged into an amplifier rips through the arena. While the noise attracts the attention of the crowd, spotlights, one after another shine down onto the stage. The familiar chords of "The Fade to Black" crackles on the sound system as smoke begins to hover on the stage. A shadow stands behind an illuminated curtain, by this point the crowd already caught up in a frenzy. The song's interlude cuts shorts as the lyrics begin:

“Life it seems, will fade away

Drifting further every day

Getting lost within myself

Nothing matters no one else

I have lost the will to live

Simply nothing more to give

There is nothing more for me

Need the end to set me free”

As the final line of lyrics play and the song revs up, Xander bursts out behind the curtain onto the stage. He marches out onto the stage to the top of the ramp. He has the SCW US Championship in his hand. The crowd gives a notably mixed reaction. Behind him emerges Artemis, wearing a coat with fur lining. As she stops and positions herself behind Xander. As if she doesn't exist, he stares down at the ring, regardless if occupied or vacant. A serious glare is painted across his weathered face. He starts marching deliberately down the ramp, continuing to stare at the ring.

Phillips: “His opponent, from San Diego, California, accompanied by Artemis, he is the SCW United States Champion, Xander Valentine!”

The song begins to fade out at this point. Xander is at the bottom of the ring steps. He stomps the bottom step several times before moving pass the steps towards the side of the ring. In a single bound, Xander leaps up onto the apron. He poses for a moment, stretching his shoulders as he continues to look into the ring. He raises his arm high into his air, as to promise victory. He garners another response from the crowd. Meanwhile Artemis has left his side, instead moving towards the timekeeper to take the position of a watcher. She stands there as if no one else exists but Xander and his opponent. Xander looks over at Artemis for a moment, for the first time acknowledging her existence before leaping over the top rope. Just as he does, Dylan Howell runs up to him and nails him with a hard right. The crowd ohs and the bell sounds. Xander actually staggers back. Dylan then backs up and runs at him again and nails him with another hard right. Xander falls back and through the ropes to the apron. Xander scrambles to pull himself up to his feet and Dylan backs up again and runs at him and nails him with a third hard right. Xander falls back, hitting the mats and rolling over. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Three hard right hands and Dylan Howell has sent the monster to the floor!”

Knots: “Where the hell did that come from?”

Dylan then turns and smirks as he undoes his MMA glove and pulls it off before pulling off the top, showing that he had it loaded with some sort of metal. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Howell showing some strategy!”

Knots: “That’s it. I don’t know what to believe anymore in my life!”

Howell turns and grabs the SCW US Championship. He turns back to the corner and climbs up it to the top rope. Xander slowly starts to pull himself up, squinting his eyes as he’s trying to shake the cobwebs and turns as Howell dives off the top rope, nailing Xander with the belt in the face before falling onto him. Howell rolls off. The crowd roars again, although some boos come from the crowd. Simon looks on, applauding as Howell rolls over and turns. Xander winces and rolls over and Howell dives onto him and nails him with a hard right and then another and another. He looks around and grabs the arm and turns and goes to lock in a cross armbreaker! The crowd roars.

Sharper: “This is falls count anywhere! No holds barred! Dylan Howell may be looking to make the Executioner tap!”

Knots: “I don’t believe this! He took the fight to Xander. Loaded his gloves and he’s like a mad man!”

Sharper: “Don’t get between him and his family…or his Adrenaline Title!”

Xander yells out as Dylan tries to hyper extend the arm. Xander keeps trying to block it as Dylan keeps pulling back. Xander then slowly rolls over and tries to re-position himself. Howell keeps going as Lyman tells him to let go. Dylan shakes his head no and Xander gets his feet under him and then lets out a yell as he lifts Dylan up. The crowd roars and Xander turns and steps over and throws Dylan shoulder and head first into the steel steps. Dylan lets go and falls to the mats. Xander staggers around, shaking out his arm. Dylan rolls over in pain and grabs at the ring apron. Dylan gets up and staggers back, but Xander shoves him hard ribs first into the ring apron. Dylan steps back and Xander lifts him up and then hits a sidewalk slam on the ringside mats. He pulls back on the leg.

Dylan rolls his shoulder up. Xander rolls off and turns and grabs the SCW US Championship. He looks at it. He then turns and looks at Dylan who gets up and goes to nail him. Dylan ducks. Xander steps forward. Dylan then reaches into his tights and turns around as Simon looks on, smiling before Xander turns and Dylan throws powder into the eyes. Xander staggers back to the barricade.

Sharper: “Howell again! Powder to the eyes!”

Knots: “Howell’s showing how crafty he can be. Helps if you’re looney! You’ll just go with it. And he’s taking the fight to Xander!”

Xander turns and Howell runs at him and hits a running dropkick, knocking Xander up and over the barricade and into the crowd.

Sharper: “Xander’s in the crowd! He’s in the crowd. Get the fans back!”

Xander rolls over and realizes where he is. He looks down, annoyed and turns back to the barricade but we then see Dylan Howell running at him at ringside and diving over the barricade and tackling Xander down. Xander turns in the process, as Howell hits the concrete. Both roll over.

Sharper: “Xander knew where he was!”

Knots: “Howell made sure he needed to stay there. We know this is a big sore spot for SCW. Xander went after fans a year ago and that’s hung over Xander since!”

Xander slowly gets up as Artemis looks on. Simon Lyman looks on, now having gotten into the ring for a better look. Xander turns to Dylan and Dylan nails him in the ribs with a shot and then another before Xander shoves him back. Dylan rolls through. He then gets up and Xander runs at him and nails him with a running boot. The crowd ohs and Dylan rolls over. The crowd looks on as some fans start a “Xander’s gonna kill you” chant. Others chant “No he’s not!” Xander looks around and he grabs Dylan. He then knees him in the ribs, dragging him through the walkway towards the back area by the stage. He then hoists Dylan up, pressing him over his head. The crowd roars and he turns and just pitches him over the barricade at the back. Dylan lands on the concrete and rolls through. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Xander’s strength just scary!”

Knots: “May be scary, but the landing just hurts. That’s concrete over there!”

Xander walks over as Simon Lyman exits the ring and starts to head up the rampway. Artemis keeps her distance. Xander climbs over the barricade and then turns to the security guard and says something to him before turning back to Dylan who is crawling towards the curtain. Xander walks over and grabs him and lifts him up, clubbing him in the back. Dylan stumbles through the curtain. Xander follows after, the camera following too. Xander clubs him again. Dylan staggers through and we see Konrad Raab cheering Dylan on.

Raab: “Come on Dylan! Get up! You need to fight!”

Xander glares at Raab as Raab looks at Xander before Xander walks over and grabs Dylan, but Dylan suddenly low blows him. The crowd ohs and Xander falls to his knees. Dylan crawls over as Raab keeps cheering him on.

Knots: “All legal! Found out if Xander has balls!”

Sharper: “Definitely hurt and Howell looking for something to keep the fight on!”

Howell grabs a piece of piping from nearby and uses it to get up. Xander gets up to his feet, bent over and Howell turns, swinging and nails Xander in the back. Xander yells in pain and collapses to the concrete. Howell turns and drives the pipe into the stomach of Xander. He throws it down and goes for the pin.

Xander shoves him off. Howell rolls off. He looks around and then turns and looks at Raab.

Howell: “Konnie! Uh…behind you?”

Howell slowly gets up as the camera cuts back to Konrad to show Minerva standing behind him, clearly checking him out. The crowd roars as Konrad turns around and sees her before stepping back. Minerva just smiles, licking her lips.

Minerva: “You’re easy to sneak up on….”

Konrad: “Get away from me!”

Howell steps over.

Howell: “He said no! Leave!”

Minerva: “Awww….no fun.”

Howell pulls Raab back and just then, Xander gets up and grabs Raab and pushes him into Howell. Howell falls over. Raab falls over as Minerva then walks over and reaches down the front of her pants and pulls a small white card. She holds it up over Raab.

Minerva: “Since you don’t follow me…something you can use to think about me.”

Minerva places it on Raab as Raab swats it away before Xander steps over and grabs Howell.

Sharper: “Minerva crossing another line. He’s a married man!”

Knots: “Well she pulled that….nevermind.”

Minerva walks off as Simon Lyman comes into the scene watching her leave. Xander then grabs Howell and lifts him up and hip throws him into the wall. The crowd ohs and Howell hits the floor and rolls over.

Sharper: “Howell thrown into the wall. Lyman arriving on the scene. He’s here more for support. But you know Regan and Selena…”

Knots: “They have to act. Now…this is too much. Dylan said he’d fight, and for them to stay, but there’s no honour in this! None!”

Howell slowly gets up and Xander walks over and nails him with a hard right. Howell falls back and rolls over, trying to crawl up to his feet again. Xander follows and nails him again. Howell falls back, again rolling over and getting up as the camera follows them down the hallway. Howell then gets up and turns and goes to nail Xander with a hard right, but Xander blocks it and lifts him up and throws him into the wall. Dylan winces and falls over to the ground. He coughs as Xander walks over and grabs him. He then drags him up and knees him in the ribs. Xander then pulls him up and holds him by the throat. He turns and swings him into one wall and then turns and throws him into the other, still holding on before just throwing him back. Howell rolls over and crawls into an open area. Xander follows up and walks around and Dylan grabs a storage crate and rolls into Xander’s knees. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Howell finding anything to keep Xander in pain. To slow him down.”

Knots: “Hoping to be Linda Hamilton to Xander’s T-1000!”

Dylan slowly gets up as Xander leans against the crate and Dylan hits a dropkick into it, for added damage. Xander falls over. Dylan then steps up onto the crate and dives off with an elbow drop to the back of Xander’s head. He rolls him over and goes for the pin.

Xander pushes him off. Xander rolls over as Dylan gets up and looks around. He then staggers over and grabs a tray of muffins and lifts it up and swings at Xander, but Xander blocks it. Xander then kicks him in the ribs before turning and spinning him around and throwing him hard into the wall. Dylan stumbles back.

Sharper: “Xander, just like that, he won’t stop!”

Knots: “Peyton Rice has to be watching this and wondering what she can do. Dylan’s using all of the weapons he can. Taking liberties allowed. At Last Laugh, none of this is allowed!”

Dylan turns and stumbles forward as Xander then walks over and grabs him. Dylan elbows him in the face and then again before nailing him with a hard right. Dylan stumbles back and then backs and then runs at Xander again before Xander catches him and then just throws him back before running forward and grabbing him and spinning him around and running him into a shirtless muscular male holding a door. The door falls back, hitting a table as the man falls over. Dylan falls to the door and then down. Xander walks forward. Lexy looks up.

Lexy: “You! I’ve been having him try to hang that door for the last hour! You know…Autumn! Come talk to your cousin or whatever he is!”

Autumn (off camera): “Cousin?”

Xander: “Leave!”

Lexy: “No! This is my office!”

Xander then turns to Dylan who nails him in the ribs and then again. He spins around him and goes for a German suplex. The crowd roars. Xander however blocks it and hits a mule kick. The crowd ohs and boos. Dylan crumples down to his knees and Xander turns around and double underhooks him. He then hoists him up and drives him down with a Martial Bane through the door. The crowd ohs. Autumn starts to come out as Lexy pushes her back.

Lexy: “It’s not safe! My office! My men!”

Sharper: “Martial Bane through the door!”

Knots: “Dylan just dropped…like all of the life sucked out of him!”

Xander goes for the cover.

Xander then stops, pulling Dylan up. Xander then smirks as Dylan struggles a bit and Xander pushes him down, grabbing some of the splintered pieces from the door. He then looks at him.

Xander: “Now….let’s see what next surprise you have? Maybe you can be a good warning to everyone standing up to me!”

Xander then goes to place the splintered piece against the head of Dylan, grinding it in. The crowd ohs as Dylan yells out in pain. He then smirks.

Xander: “What if you could never see your precious family again….or your little Addy…”

Dylan flails a bit, but weakly, before Xander pushes him down.

Sharper: “Oh God…Simon! Someone!”

Xander lifts up his arm and Simon grabs it. Xander turns and grabs him by the throat. The crowd roars as Simon looks on.

Xander: “Two for one…”

Xander knees Simon before we then see Mikaela Street suddenly run into the scene and jump up, landing on Xander and hammering away on Xander before Xander nails her in the ribs with a shot.

Xander: “Oh…this is just more sweet. Protecting your brother!”

Xander then kicks her in the ribs before double underhooking her. Simon gets up as Dylan suddenly starts to yell.

Dylan: “I quit!....I quit….Not her…..”

The official stops as Dylan nods.

Dylan: “I forfeit. Just put her down…”

Xander smirks as the official calls for the bell. The bell sounds.

Xander: “Okay…I’ll put her down…”

Xander lets go and then turns and grabs Lyman by the throat.

Xander: “Still can use you-“

Just then, Regan Street runs into view and nails Xander with a hard right and then another and another. Howell rolls over, bleeding from the forehead as Selena comes into view to check on Mikaela. Lyman steps back. The crowd roars as Regan then nails Xander another hard shot. Xander staggers back. Regan goes to move forward before we see several officials run into the scene. Xander leans back. Artemis now joins him.

Sharper: “Regan Street finally arriving. Mikaela had to just be a few steps ahead!”

Knots: “Xander still won!”

Xander: “Too bad…”

Regan: “No…after Peyton Rice kicks your ass at Last Laugh, I’m next! You got it! ME! I’m not going to wait anymore!”

Xander: “Oh…I look forward to it. And Mikaela can watch that too.”

Mikaela looks up as Dylan reaches out to check on his sister. Regan looks on as Xander and Artemis head off and the scene fades to black…
