We then cut to see a shot of Syren hitting the Bittersweet Ending. We cut to see Syren covering Xander as Xander gets his foot on the rope. We then cut to see a still of Mr. D placing the title around Xander Valentine’s waist. This is shown from multiple angles. We then cut to see a shot of Gavin Taylor coming out, handing Xander Valentine a piece of paper.

Gavin: “My turn, big man….my turn!”

Gavin backs up.

Sharper: “Gavin Taylor…that’s the Trios Contract!”

Knots: “For when?! For the title!”

We then cut to see Xander and Gavin looking at one another. The scene fades out.

AFTER THE SHOW:

We cut to the postshow press conference to see Syren seated at the table. Camera flashes can be seen as Syren looks around before burying her head in her hands briefly. Syren looks up as we see the press secretary for SCW pointing out to one journalist.

Journalist: “Syren – a big thing you’ve been focusing on is having D put the title on you. I don’t know if you know, but he placed the title around Xander’s waist after he won.”

Syren turns back.

Syren: “He did?”

Syren turns towards the journalist.

Journalist: “Thoughts?”

Syren just looks down and then gets up and shakes her head.

Syren: “I have…I don’t know what you want me to say.”

Syren turns and storms off. The scene fades out.

The opening bars of “The Old Me” by Memphis May Fire play as the Breakdown logo flies across the screen.

I'm thinking about the old me

'Cause I've been feeling empty

I never used to be so dead inside

Shots of Selena Frost celebrating with the World Championship start before we see a shot of the Konrad Raab, bloodied, standing tall in the ring. Following this is Cid Turner punching CHBK in the concourse. Ace Sky diving off the top rope onto an opponent follows.

I think I lost my memory

I can't remember carefree

And all my days turn into fight or flight

Holly Adams standing on Asher Hayes at Tactical Warfare follows before we see Syren hitting the Total Makeover on an opponent. The One choking out Beard before we see Polly Playtime diving off the top rope and landing on an opponent with a crossbody.

I wanna get back, tell me how to get back

I wanna get back, tell me how to get back

Holly Adams throwing Syren into the windshield of a pink convertible follows before we see The Happy Farmstead Friends holding the SCW World Tag Team Championship. Ravyn Taylor standing on the ropes, looking down at herself, follows before we see Gavin Taylor hitting an opponent with the Gavin Taylor Lariat. Glory Braddock hitting the London Plunge on a downed opponents is next before we see Tsunami hitting a running body avalanche on an opponent in the corner.

Say it again, say it again, tell me what I wanna hear

Tell me that I'm gonna be fine and there's nothing left to fear

'Cause I've been losing sleep (losing sleep)

Trying to get back to who I used to be

Where is the old me?

Autumn Valentine hitting the Blindspot on a foe follows before we see a shot of Owen Lee and Daisy Lee on their way to the ring, and then a shot of Kimberly Williams licking a staple gun. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen and remains on it for a few moments.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the Centre Bell in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.

Sharper: “We are back in Canada, in Montreal, as the fallout from Apocalypse will be front and center on this special Saturday night edition of Breakdown!”

The cameras continue to pan across the crowd. After a few moments, we cut to ringside where Adam Sharper, Simon Lyman and Jonathan Knots sit at the announce position.

Sharper: “Hello again everyone. Adam Sharper here at ringside, joined, as usual, by Jonathan Knots and Simon Lyman, and you can tell, emotions were high after Apocalypse. Xander Valentine successfully defending the title in an instant class, but Syren clearly upset after finding out that Mr. D put the title around Xander’s waist.”

Lyman: “She wanted that moment. That was her moment and Xander instead got it and that has to be eating her up. But not only that, Gavin Taylor stepping in and we can confirm it…in two weeks…”

The Breakdown logo comes up as Gavin Taylor vs. Xander Valentine follows for October 19.

Lyman: “Gavin Taylor will face Xander Valentine for the SCW World Championship. The All-Star facing his former Team SUP partner from the Trios Tournament for the title.”

Knots: “Yeah, but what about tonight – Glory Braddock, the new US Champion…she’ll be facing the new Underground Champion in Sarah Wolf and trust me, that’s going to be fun because Glory and Kim may be champions, but people they were facing feel there’s unfinished business.”

Sharper: “Not only that, but we know we’ll see the debut of Cassie Wolfe here in SCW. Polly Playtime wanted an opportunity. She seems to be getting on facing one of the people she was facing before she walked out at Apocalypse in Savannah Sunshine. And that’s just the start.”

Lyman: “Datura leaving the Brand. I’m sure we’ll hear from someone-“

Knots: “Oh damn right you will be!”

The lights around the arena begin to flicker as “Whoa Is Me” by Down With Webster starts to play over the arena.

Whoa is me
I'm so whoa
See me decked out from my head to my toe
Whoa is me
I'm so whoa
Everywhere I go I'm a one man show

The crowd cheers as "All Star" Gavin Taylor steps out from behind the curtain onto the top of the ramp wearing Team SUP merchandise. Ava St. Claire stands with him. As Gavin stands in place, posing with his arms outstretched, the chorus of the song plays.

Sharper: “Gavin Taylor had a bittersweet night. Adam Allocco defeated him at Apocalypse in a hard fought match, but Taylor had a ace up his sleeve. That trios tournament contract.”

Lyman: “And he’s cashing it in and he knows…it’s against his trios tournament partner in Xander Valentine. Gavin Taylor even wearing old Team SUP merch.”

Taylor and St. Claire walk down to the ring. Gavin Taylor looks around as the crowd cheers him. Taylor reaches the ring, walking up the steel steps. He steps into the ring before turning and holding the ropes open for Ava. Ava St. Claire steps in and walks forward as Taylor steps up and poses in the ring for good measure. He then looks around and smirks as St. Claire is handed a microphone. She turns back, handing it to Gavin Taylor. Gavin takes it and looks around the arena.

Gavin: “Things are a bit crazy around here, aren’t they?”

The crowd cheers.

Gavin: “And while I’m watching some of it very closely…and I stress very closely, because it’s hard for me to stand here and ignore what has happened to Nicole as of late, but I trust Pro and I’m going to listen to her. This was her fight…”

Gavin pauses.

Gavin: “On the other side of the coin, another Team SUP compatriot has come back and won the World Title.”

The crowd cheers.

Gavin: “And not just that, but he somehow outlasted Syren, a task I know first hand how hard it is to do! But Xander, buddy ole pal, as you go for revenge, and face legends, you used your Trios Tournament contract and I decided it was time to use mine.”

Gavin looks around.

Gavin: “Now Ava is here just to prove this is all legit. Because I’ll admit, I didn’t care who I would face. Either, I’d face a man who frankly I got to know better than most in a few short months or give Syren her rematch and with the biggest title in wrestling on the line. And that’s why I’m here. I’ve been told I’m all potential. I’ve been told I’m this, and that. That the All-Star is just word. I used to dominate. There’s a reason they were THIS close to building statues of me in Australia and I’m pretty sure a few were smuggled in anyway!”

Gavin looks around.

Gavin: “But damn it, I want statues here in Canada, in the United States, to the glory that I can bring in this ring. I am not satisfied being just potential and at Rise to Greatness, I ROSE to Gavin and to my name, and what I am, and I beat one of the greatest wrestlers in history!”

The crowd looks on as Gavin looks at the camera, getting more intense.

Gavin: “I don’t need to throw coffee in the eye, I don’t need to be bringing in old belts I bought off some wrestling auctions or stole from the SCW wearhouse…”

Gavin turns and looks at Ava.

Gavin: “We did tell them.”

St. Claire nods.

Gavin: “Good…I don’t need that. What I need…is vindication. In the last year, three people made me into the man I am here…well except Ava and our marketing team…but in this ring. One is Nicole. The second is Syren who reminded me who I am and what I can be and it’s why I let her step up. I knew I’d cash-in, but I was happy if I’d face her.”

Gavin pauses a moment and looks out.

Gavin: “And frankly, I hope you don’t let Apocalypse screw you up. I owe you. Remember that…”

The crowd cheers a bit as Gavin walks around the ring. He then recomposes himself.

Gavin: “But three is you Xander…”

Gavin looks back at the camera.

Gavin: “With Team SUP, I got back on the right path. I learned a hell of a lot and I realized that you’re not just trying to kill me. Which is good as I didn’t want to be dead. But while a year ago, I’d be standing here terrified about this match. Tonight…I look forward to it!”

The crowd roars.

Gavin: “October 20th! Breakdown! Minneapolis! You and I one on one for the SCW World Championship!

The crowd cheers.

Gavin: “And unfortunately, Xander, I get to teach you what I’ve become in this last year!”

More cheers come from the crowd, while a few Xander fans boo. Just then, a long church bell rings, once- twice- a third time as the crowd explodes. The lights go out as Xander’s voice echoes out over the sound system, increasing the intensity of the crowd’s roar.

“Never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”

The few opening keystrokes of “Soul on Fire” by Soul on Fire chimed. A lull before the storm as the crowd seems to calm for only a moment before Delila Paz’s blues dominate the audio. Xander Valentine walks out from the back, the SCW World Championship over his shoulder, as Artemis walks out with him.

Sharper: “Gavin fired up and he looks as confident as ever. He knows what this means for him. But Xander Valentine, the World Champion, coming to the ring.”

Knots: “And he may be looking to sap that confidence immediately!”

Xander Valentine walks down to the ring. Gavin Taylor and Ava St. Claire remain in the ring watching them. Artemis reaches ringside and smiles briefly at Gavin. Gavin nods to her. Xander then grabs the top rope and pulls himself onto the apron. He looks into the ring and then steps forward. The crowd cheers as Xander steps up and stands in front of Gavin. Gavin looks up at him, not budging. The music fades out as the crowd cheers some more. Gavin extends the microphone to Xander. Xander looks at it and nods before taking the microphone. Gavin keeps watching Xander.

Xander: “Well Gavin…we’re going to meet one on one. And for this…”

Xander points to the World Championship.

Xander: “But unfortunately, I’m going to have to teach you a different lesson. I won’t enjoy it. But it has to happen. Because this needs to stay with me for now.”

Xander pauses.

Xander: “Apocalypse proved that in more ways than one.”

The crowd cheers a bit.

Xander: “You’re too good to be only potential, Gavin. But you won’t be becoming champion in two weeks.”

Xander hands the microphone back. Gavin takes it and looks at him. “Soul on Fire” then starts to play.

Sharper: “Xander Valentine with a clear message.”

Knots: “Was it? He said Apocalypse proved that he needs to be champion in more ways than one. What the hell does that mean?”

Sharper: “Reading into Mr. D putting the belt around his waist.”

Lyman: “Or Allocco? Gavin lost to Allocco.”

Sharper: “Maybe. But these two meet for the World Title on October 20 on Breakdown!”

Xander Valentine backs up and turns to Artemis. Artemis exits as Xander steps over the ropes and down to the floor. Gavin watches him leave as Ava St. Claire starts to talk to him. Xander starts to head to the back as the scene cuts away.

Backstage, we then cut to the security area to see Mr. D walking into the building. The crowd roars seeing him.

Sharper: “Wait a minute. Two nights in a row. Mr. D is here.”

Lyman: “For what reason now? He placed the title around Xander Valentine’s waist at Apocalypse. We believed he was there for Syren.”

Sharper: “He also revealed he was behind some additional matches. Why is he here?”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Selena Frost is shown walking backstage. The crowd cheers seeing her as she walks over to Dillusion who is talking to a crew member. He turns.

Selena: “Dillusion.”

Dillusion: “Selena. Look I-“

Selena: “Please just…is she here?”

Dillusion: “I don’t know if I should answer that.”

Selena: “Look, is she here? Is she okay?”

Dillusion looks at Selena, almost trying to read her.

Selena: “Dil-“

Dillusion: “Shhhh!”

Dillusion keeps looking at Selena. Selena continues to look at him, starting to become increasingly unnerved.

Dillusion: “Okay…you’re not lying. I know secret tricks.”

Selena: “Really?”

Dillusion: “Look….she’ll be fine. You were tasered. You know how that feels.”

Selena: “Don’t remind me.”

Dillusion: “But I also saw that you were genuinely concerned and all I’ll say right now…Nicole is okay. Fine is a different issue. More how you define that term.”

Selena: “Good to hear. I don’t like seeing people get manipulated like that. I do give a damn…and wait, aren’t okay and fine the same?”

Dillusion: “Not with Nicole…”

Dillusion turns and heads off as Selena watches him leave, trying to think about what that meant as we cut to the ring.

“The Rebel Princess” Cassie Wolfe vs. Ace Sky

A rocket drops from the top of the entrance set to the stage and there is a countdown voice over.

“Eye In The Sky” by The Alan Parsons Project play as Ace Sky walks out in an aviator jacket and his usual in ring attire. He salutes a peace sign and jogs down the aisle way high-fiving as many fans as possible on both sides.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a fifteen minute time limit. First, from Houston, Texas, he is Ace Sky!”

Ace Sky dashes forward and leaps upon the apron and flings himself in with a front flip followed by a series of three front handsprings and a rolling savate kick. He then looks around as Wolf sizes him up. He backs up to his corner, taking off his jacket and preparing for battle.

Sharper: “This should be fun. Ace Sky has wowed fans since debuting earlier this year. Victorious at Apocalypse, teaming with Calvan Greene and Savannah Sunshine and tonight, he greets one of SCW’s newest signings.”

Knots: “Yeah, but while he’s greeting them, there’s the second part. That he wants to win. And Sky and Cassie Wolfe have been active on social media. Both ready to go in this one.”

The opening riff of “Wolf Within” hits the speakers and once the lyrics kick in Cassie Wolfe emerges from the back excited to start the match, with her hands on her leather jacket’s sides the rookie wrestler turns her back to the crowd.

Ring Announcer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Greenock, South Australia and now residing in Las Vegas, Nevada, “The Rebel Princess” Cassie Wolfe!

When her name is announced Cassie spins around flashing the metal horns sign with her left hand and clapping fans hands with the other, when she reaches the ring Cassie jumps onto the apron before giving her hair a full flip and removing her jacket to give to a stagehand, she then jumps over the top rope and into the ring, rolling to her knees and basking in the moment.

Sharper: “Cassie Wolfe, the Rebel Princess, making her debut here in SCW!”

Lyman: “Big match. Bright lights. Worldwide audience. Rip off the bandaid and I hope you’re ready. But I guarantee she’s nervous.”

Knots: “If you aren’t nervous, either you’re not human or you don’t care.”

Sharper: “And that young woman cares. Just as Ace Sky does.”

Sky looks at Wolfe as Wolfe gets up. Jennifer Cassidy, the official, looks at both before calling for the bell to start the match. The bell sounds. Wolfe and Sky circle the ring and then lunge at one another. They two grapple before Sky turns and moves into an arm wrench. Wolfe winces and rolls forward and then rolls back before cartwheeling out and wrenching Sky’s arm. Sky winces and roll forward himself before flipping up to his feet and then wrenching the arm of Wolfe and locking in a side headlock. Wolfe drags him back to the ropes and fires him off. Sky bounces off the other side. Wolfe steps up and Sky shoulders her down. He runs into the ropes. Wolfe rolls over and drops down. Sky hops over and Wolfe gets up and goes for a leapfrog. Sky somersaults underneath. He stops and then backflips into a headscissors. Wolfe throws Sky off who lands on his feet. Wolfe goes for a clothesline. Sky ducks and runs into the ropes. He bounces off and Wolfe grabs his head and tries to throw him down, but Sky cartwheels out of it and then jumps up and goes for a kick to the head. Wolfe ducks and backs up. Sky smirks as he then steps back and applauds. Wolfe looks at him and applauds too. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Amazing fast paced action here. Sky, you can tell, has the experience.”

Lyman: “Wolfe knows that could’ve gone very differently had Sky connected with that kick.”

The two circle again as the crowd applauds a bit more. They then lunge at one another and Sky this time grabs the arm and moves into a snapmare. Wolfe hits the mat. Sky knees her in the back. Wolfe winces and Sky then jumps up and hits a dropkick to her chest. Wolfe falls back. Sky goes for the pin.

Sharper: “Sky sent down to the floor. Hard dropkick.”

Knots: “Cassie Wolfe also doubles as a dental surgeon on the side it looks like! Australia does things differently!”

Sharper: “Sky on the floor. Wolfe is liable to fly!”

Wolfe looks at Sky as Sky walks around and turns as Wolfe grabs the top rope. She then launches herself over the top rope with a vaulting press onto Sky. The crowd roars. (1) Wolfe rolls over and looks out. She smiles and throws her devil horns up as the crowd cheers. She turns and grabs Sky. (2) She then turns and whips him at the ring. Sky jumps up and slides through the ropes, breaking the count. Wolfe steps up, and Sky ends up after his spin through and places his legs on her shoulders and snaps her off with a frankensteiner. The crowd roars. (1) Sky looks up and looks around. Wolfe rolls over in pain. Sky then turns and climbs up to the apron. (2) He looks over and Wolfe starts to get up and Sky then steps up and jumps off the middle rope before using it for some extra launch and hits a somersault dive onto Wolfe on the floor. The crowd roars. (3)

Sharper: “Sky taking flight again. Wolfe in trouble!”

Lyman: “He can just find an angle anywhere and uses his agility to just hit flush.”

Sharper: “Have to get her in the ring now.”

Sky turns and looks over and grabs Wolfe. He lifts her up and rolls her into the ring. Wolfe rolls over and Sky jumps onto the apron. He grabs the top rope and hits a hilo onto Wolfe. He then rolls through and gets up and hits a tuck moonsault. He hooks the leg.

Sharper: “Oh! How close! Her variation of the shining wizard, the Greenest Wizard, only getting two.”

Lyman: “She’s not letting Sky’s experience and the agility get to her. Trying to match her.”

Wolfe gets up and Sky starts to get up. Wolfe grabs him and clubs him in the back once and then again before hooking him by the head. She looks back and then hoists him up and drops him quickly with the Down Under Driver. The crowd ohs. Wolfe turns and exits to the apron. She climbs up to the top rope and gets up to the top. She looks over at Sky and then sets up, steadying herself. She attempts the Air Aussie, but Sky get his knees up. The crowd ohs as Wolfe rolls forward, holding her ribs in pain. Sky then gets up and runs at her and hits a running double knee. The crowd ohs. Wolfe staggers forward and Sky hits a snap frankensteiner. He gets up and turns and grabs the top rope. He tries to grab her leg, but Wolfe keeps fighting. He tries again and then just muscles her up, but Wolfe lands behind him. Sky goes for a back elbow. Wolfe ducks and then kicks him in the ribs and hits a DDT. The crowd ohs as Sky rolls to his back. Wolfe rolls over, looking out, down next to him.

Sharper: “Ace Sky and Cassie Wolfe here having a hell of a match. Spike DDT. That buys Wolfe time.”

Knots: “Should’ve gone for the pin.”

Lyman: “Maybe knows how much is left in the tank. Sky and Wolfe have had a hell of a pace and add the nerves, the anxiety, Wolfe is probably expelling plenty more energy.”

Cassie Wolfe slowly pulls herself up. She then looks at Ace and moves him into position. She turns and climbs up to the top rope. The crowd cheers as she gets to the top. As she looks back, Ace, however, gets up and hits a pump enziguri to her leg. Cassie drops down to a seated position as Ace then gets up and grabs her. He climbs up to the middle rope and then to the top, but Wolfe nails him in the jaw with a elbow and then another before shoving him off. He hits the mat. Cassie Wolfe stands up and then dives off with the Coronation!

Sharper: “The Coronation! What agility! And hit flush!”

Wolfe stays on him for the pin.

The crowd cheers. The bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Cassie Wolfe!”

Sharper: “In her SCW debut, Cassie Wolfe wins! Successful here in Montreal!”

Knots: “Gavin may have a run for his money in terms of popularity down under. Australia’s import starting strong!

Wolfe gets up and has her arm raised as her music plays throughout the arena. The crowd cheers as she looks around and smiles before enjoying her win. Ace stirs, rolling over, holding his ribs. Wolfe continues to celebrate as the scene cuts away.

Sharper: “Now backstage, Jessica Winters is standing by with a special guest. Jessica?”

Backstage, Jessica Winters stands next to Mr. D.

Winters: “Thank you Adam. I’m here with the founder of SCW and D, we’ve seen you at Apocalypse. That made some sense. But why are you here tonight?”

Mr. D: “That makes sense too, beyond us being in SCW’s home country and I’m never going to miss a trip to Montreal. But ultimately, I’m here because one of my actions, frankly, I owe someone a response. We all know that I was there in case Syren was successful. She’s wanted me to put the title around her waist, to crown her champion. It didn’t happen. She fell short. And well…”

Winters: “And well? You did that for Xander Valentine.”

Mr. D: “Exactly. And frankly, he deserved it. Xander has been through hell in this company and we’ve not always gotten along. And frankly, Xander has sometimes been his own worst enemy, but I have seen him change over the last year and he is one of the major figures in SCW history. I figure it’s not only Syren that maybe deserves a bit more thanks. And so I elected to do that. He didn’t know. I didn’t plan to do it. I just felt it was right. Xander is our World Champion. Simple as that. At least until October 20, when Gavin Taylor may alter that.”

Mr. D then looks off camera.

Mr. D: “Now, if you excuse me, I should make myself available.”

Winters: “Thank you for your time.”

Mr. D nods and walks off. There, we see Shaun Cruze, the SCW Commissioner, standing off to the side. Mr. D heads off and joins him as we cut to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as Mr. D is talking to Shaun Cruze outside of his office.

Cruze: “You know you’re welcome here. I can’t say you’re not. You are the founder, but I have to admit, I’m a bit nervous when you show up back to back nights, no matter what reason you give.”

Mr. D: “Look, I’m here just to do right by Syren. Simple as that.”

Cruze: “You came at Apocalypse to not just be there to maybe put the title around Syren. You made a match. For Owen. Then Polly comes up to you. Look, you know as well as I do, give these talent, especially those frustrated, they may go elsewhere.”

Mr. D: “I’m not here to usurp your authority. I can’t even tell you if they’re looking at you. I may be in Board meetings, but frankly, after everything with Giovanni, I’ve stepped back there more and more, only there for necessary votes. I can call Sasha if you want. You can ask her. I’m just here.”

Cruze: “Just…please warn me if you’re showing up. At least then, we can do it my way. With a company meeting or something.”

Mr. D: “Of course. Sorry to impose.”

Cruze: “Thank you.”

Mr. D: “Now, I’ll get out of here. People won’t mix up the two of us then.”

Cruze: “Well that’s not-“

Mr. D: “I think it is.”

Mr. D walks off as Shaun Cruze watches him leave before turning and going into his office.

Deanna Frost vs. Sarah Wolf

Phillips: “Ladies and gentlemen, the following match is set for one fall, and will operate under the standard rules and regulations of SCW… Introducing first…”

The chords of "People Like Us" by Kelly Clarkson fill the arena, causing a roar from the audience as bright, fall leaves seem to blow and fly on the LED screens on and around the ramp. From the back curtain, out runs "The Queen's Guard" Deanna Frost, taking in the audience before running to the right side, then the left side, shouting to them in excitement. The 'leaves' follow her as she does. Returning to the middle, Deanna gives a spin on one foot, her arms outstretched, the 'leaves' circling her below her feet.

Phillips: “She is the former SCW Television, the former Underground Champion, from Manhattan, New York, weighing in 115 pounds, she is 'The Queen's Guard', Deanna Frost!"

Hearing her name, Deanna stops her spin, side facing the ring, and, with one hand over her heart, her free hand arcs around to point forward, the 'leaves' flying down the ramp and 'circling the ring LED barriers. Making her way down to the ring, Deanna high-fives fans along the way until she reaches the ring. Sliding under the ring, the Queen's Guard jumps to her feet, making her way to the middle ropes, but immediately, “When I Am Queen” by Jack off Jill!”

Phillips: “And her opponent, weighing in at 210 pounds, from nowhere, she is—”

Sharp: “There’s Sarah Wolf, not waiting for the commentator to announce her entrance, coming in from the crowd!”

Knots: “She snuck up on Deanna!”

Sarah Wolf had pushed pass Phillips and clubbed Deanna in the back of the head. The referee looks on with a dilemma but decides to call for the bell. Wolf pushes Frost throat against the ropes and the referee begins to count.

Sarah throws Deanna backward hard onto the mat. She begins to stomp down onto Deanna, using the top rope as an aid. Deanna, meanwhile, is covering up with her arms, trying to mitigate the attack.

Lymon: “Both Sarah Wolf and Deanna Frost were in that Underground Championship match at Apocalypse, where we saw Frost lose her championship. Neither were involved with the decision, and I think that has put some fire in both.”

Sharper: “Once again, our official Steve Hollinsworth had to come in and pull Sarah away from Deanna. Very aggressive, as expected, but I think she wants to hurt Frost.”

Knots: “Hollinsworth better be careful; he was the man who was the referee that saw Kim become the SCW Underground Champion again.”

Deanna Frost rolls out onto the apron. Sarah Wolf slides to the outside and yanks Frost by the leg, letting her drop hard onto the floor. Sarah continues to stay on Deanna, taking her back the head and then going to whip her towards the ring post, but Deanna counters! Sarah hits her shoulder on the ring post but clings on, she turns, and there’s a running dropkick to send Sarah spine first into the ring post.

1!

Sharper: “Deanna Frost manages to reverse Sarah Wolf. Sarah was looking to continue her assault on the outside but Frost had other ideas.”

2!

Knots: “Deanna needs to get this match back in the ring. She got a few good strikes but Sarah Wolf thrives on the outside of the ring, Adam. Thrives!”

3!

Sharper: “They have to return sooner than later as the referee continues his count. They have to get back in the ring!”

4!

Sarah Wolf and Deanna find their feet. Deanna runs forward to tackle Sarah back first into the ring apron. [5] Sarah responds with some elbows to the face, pushes Deanna back, and then blocks a punch from Frost. [6] Sarah ducks underneath the next attack from Deanna and drills her with an uppercut. She quickly goes to toss Deanna into the ring steps, but Deanna counters and pull Sarah in for a lariat. [7] Deanna rolls into the ring as Sarah is on the outside.

8!

Lymon: “Sarah is cutting it close!”

9!

Sharper: “And she manages to get her torso in underneath the bottom rope. Her venture on the outside backfired on her, and all that early momentum went out the window.”

Knots: “But she’s still kicking. She’s still eying to hurt Deanna Frost. Don’t think a little fat lip is gonna stop her from what she set out to do.”

Sharper: “Deanna is an incredible wrestler with lots of potential to become just as good as her wife. You don’t want to be on the wrong side of a momentum swing with her in the driver's seat.”

Deanna lines up Sarah. As Sarah climbs to her feet, Deanna comes in with a running knee to the shoulder of Deanna. Sarah scrambles to her feet, and this time, she gets booted in the gut. DDT! No, Sarah spins Deanna around before punching Deanna in the back of the head. Deanna stumbles forward. Sarah runs past her and comes back with a clothesline. Deanna jumps up to her feet and turns. Sarah throws a punch this time, but Deanna ducks underneath. Release German suplex drops Sarah in the middle of the ring! Deanna sees this as her opportunity, and charges forward toward the ropes, lionsault

Sharper: “Huge blows to Sarah. The Release German followed by the Lionsault! Hook of the leg!”

3-

Sharper: “No good! Sarah shoots her shoulder up.”

Knots: “Look at Sarah’s eyes, she is furious. She is rabid. Deanna back finish this quickly because I don’t like that look.”

Deanna stands by the ropes. Sarah starts to climb to her feet. On one knee, Deanna flies forward, the Burnout! But Sarah spins out of the way and onto her feet. Deana recovers but there’s a big boot from Sarah Wolf as she turns to locate Sarah. Sarah drops down to a knee again and stares down Deanna Frost.

Sharper: “the Burnout— No! Big boot! Sarah got Deanna down.”

Knots: “Kim respects Deanna— but Deanna is about toe find out Sarah Wolf does not respect her. Right now is going to be a critical turning point in this match.”

Lyman: “That big boot stopped Deanna Frost’s momentum.”

Deanna is on her hands and knees before Sarah Wolf swings a big kick to the ribs.  Sarah climbs over Deanna and pounds some elbows into the back of Deanna’s head, with the crowd now starting to boo loudly at the action. Hollinsworth issues another warning, and this time Sarah takes offense. The two have a conversation, giving Deanna time to recover. Deanna stands, goes to turn around, and attacks Sarah but Sarah ducks underneath. She spins Deanna with an European uppercut but snatches Deanna's arm. That’s when she begins to punch Deanna repeatedly, holding on to that arm so Deanna can’t escape.

Sharper: “Come on, referee! Put at an end to that!”

Knots: “Sarah Wolf is getting Deanna all dolled up!”

Lyman: “I think Hollinsworth wants to disqualify Sarah, but knows that Deanna wouldn’t want that. Deanna Frost is too noble of a competitor to want a disqualification win!”

Finally, Hollinsworth throws himself again in between but Sarah decides to let Deanna go. Deanna Frost hits the mat with a thud. Sarah Wolf laughs a little bit, pushing past Hollinsworth to stomp down onto the gut. She shoves Frost on her back before locking in the STF.

Sharper: “STF by Sarah Wolf! Sarah has Deanna in the middle of the ring!”

Knots: “Sarah knocked Deanna around, now Deanna back to being wide awake! Look at the pain on Deanna’s face and Sarah Wolf is enjoying every moment!”

Lyman: “Deanna has a long way to go to the ropes. She needs to see if she can slip out, that’s her best bet here.”

Sharper: “Deanna is trying to march, but you’re right. That’s a long way to go, and she’s facing the worst possible angle.”

Deanna inches closer across the ring, but halfway, she breaks down and just sucks in pain. Sarah continues to pull back on the face of Deanna. Hollinsworth slides in and asks Deanna if she wants to tap. Deanna shakes her head. The crowd begins to stomp, trying to summon Deanna back from what seems to be defeat. Deanna continues her crawl and Sarah watches as she is dragged to the ropes.

Sharper: “Deanna did it! She makes the rope break!”

Knots: “She’s not going to stay there long!”

Sarah stands up, takes hold of Deanna’s ankle, and drags Deanna back to the middle of the ring, she goes to lock in the STF again, but Deanna rolls into her. Sarah tries to grab her shoulders to push her down, but Deanna stands, slipping from her grip. Sarah still turns her, but Deanna spins out from underneath, grabs Sarah Wolf, and spins her into the Red Sunset!

Sharper: “Deanna Frost is pulling the Red Sunset out of nowhere! Here’s the pin!”

1!

2!

3!

Sharper: “Deanna Frost picks up the victory, bouncing back from losing her Underground title at Apocalypse!”

Lyman: “Sarah Wolf isn’t a grappler, she’s a brawler, and when two were tied up, Deanna’s quick thinking got her into the position to hit her homerun move. Game over. Sarah is not happy with the result, but she focused too much on inflicting pain, not trying to finish the match.”

Knots: “I don’t know, Lyman. I thought Deanna could have tapped at any moment in that STF!”

Phillips: “Winner of the match, by pin fall… Deanna Frost!”

Deanna rolls off and looks out. Sarah Wolf turns and grimaces in pain. Deanna has her arm raised as she looks around. She plays to the crowd a bit. The crowd cheers her before we cut away.

Adam Allocco is backstage with SCW agent Hiro Tanaka, the camera catching their conversation from down the hallway.

Allocco: “You don’t know anything?”

Tanaka: “I don’t. I’ve even tried to get it out of Xander. He’s not telling me and I’m not well connected with the board.”

Allocco: “Just there’s this block on me getting a rematch and…”

Allocco sighs.

Tanaka: “Adam…”

Allocco: “I know. I know…Just…”

Tanaka: “Xander clearly knows too and he wants to you suffer.”

Allocco sighs and walks around, hands on his hips.

Allocco: “Just…I…I’m already beating myself up enough. I just…”

Tanaka: “I think you may-“

Allocco: “D’s here, right?”

Tanaka: “Yeah?”

Allocco: “I’m going to find him. He can tell me.”

Allocco turns and heads off.

Tanaka: “Adam! I don’t know if that’s smart!”

Allocco heads off as Tanaka watches Allocco leave as we cut to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage, Jaina Lancaster is backstage with Ricky James and Rudy Powell. The crowd boos as they see them.

Jaina: “Welcome back to Breakdown. Jaina Lancaster here with…”

Jaina looks at Ricky and Rudy with disgust.

Jaina: “Ricky James and Rudy Powell-“

Powell: “Oh, you’re going to judge, when this man has been through hell! Typical of people like YOU!”

Jaina: “Excuse me?”

Powell: “This man should be holding SCW Gold. It’s why he understood what was really happening. He needed the RIGHT person to take him to the top. And some people lost sight of that. This is an AMERICAN hero. A man everyone man and child in this country can be proud of-“

Jaina: “And Aaron Rupp ssent him a message. That what Ricky did at Rise to Greatness was unconscionable!”

Powell: “That woman got involved in something she couldn’t understand. She just couldn’t handle that Ricky had needs-“

Ricky then steps in and stops Rudy. Rudy pats his head with a handkerchief.

James: “I’ll take it from here.”

James steps up.

James: “You have a problem that in a contact sport, Lucy Huckabee Sanders, who is a trained wrestler too, had to understand that if you’re not going to be on my side then you’re in my way. Rudy understood that. Yeah, he tried to take everything from me, but he then realized that I was his best chance at success…and frankly, after being with Lucy for twenty-four hours, I learned very quickly that I was best with him. She lost sight. She’s someone I was in love with and finally, in the moment where we could’ve been honest with one another, she was just another tease.”

The crowd boos.

Jaina: “Are you seriously acting like she owed you anything? That she had to-“

James: “With everything we’ve been through, she owed me a lot more. And I thought maybe at the preshow she got it right finally. She knew we were meant to be. Well, damn it, as a hot-blooded American, why wouldn’t I think that. I was there for her for years! I did half of this all for HER! And where did it get me? Nearly without my career. All she had to do was meet me half way! And at Apocalypse, she then came out and screwed me over. Well the meal ticket is gone! I tossed you to the side like you deserve and I don’t have time for people like that anymore-“

Jaina: “I’m done. This is disgusting. This is 2022 and your hateful BS. No-“

Rudy reaches out to grab the microphone but fails. Jaina just storms off. Ricky then watches her leave.

Powell: “She just has a problem with the truth. Lucy led you on and you just wanted what you thought she was offering. And you were hurt. But I’ve got you covered. We’re in Montreal…a street away…best French Canadian you know what is right there. You and me!”

Rudy winks, but more just blinks, as we find he can’t wink as sweat drips down his face. He pats his head.

Ricky: “Certainly better company than her.”

We then abruptly cut away.

Sharper: “We’re so terribly sorry about that. Ricky James has just…and to think we were cheering him on before he let the damn mask slip. And he’s just this terrible person!”

Knots: “It’s 2022. Grow the hell up! Women don’t owe you anything!”

We then cut to the arena. The cameras pan across as the crowd buzzes a bit.

Phillips: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the NEW SCW United States Champion, “The British Bombshell” Glory Braddock!

“God save our gracious King!

Long live our noble King!

God save the King!

Send him victorious,

Happy and glorious,

Long to reign over us:

God save the King!”

Sharper: “This is the British National Anthem, NOT Glory Braddock’s standard music.”

Lyman: “We know Braddock is very proud of her heritage.”

Glory Braddock emerges from behind the curtain.  Two guards dressed like royal guards of Buckingham Palace emerge carrying British flags.  Braddock is dressed in a black lace a-line princess silhouette long sleeve dress with a hemline that stops just above the knee.  She is perched atop black high heeled sandals.  Her long blonde hair is pulled into a bun in the back.  A confident grin is plastered across her lovely face.  She does not have her newly won United States Title belt with her.  Instead it is a different belt…

Knots: “Look at the championship!”

A closer look at the championship belt indicates the different design is clearly in honor of the United Kingdom in its design.

“O Lord our God arise,

Scatter his enemies,

And make them fall:

Confound their politics,

Frustrate their knavish tricks,

On Thee our hopes we fix:

God save us all.”

Just as suddenly as it began, the sound of the British anthem stops.  There is a pause for a moment as Glory takes in the reaction from the fans in attendance.  And then suddenly “Immortal” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play over the speakers.

“I come alive at the second of midnight

So I can fly when the world is asleep

You scream and howl as I'm taking the first bite

Blood on my tongue tastes of eternity

People will come and go

Some stories never told

They bury me down below

But I'll never die

'Cause I'm immortal

Yes, immortal”

The “royal guards” ascend the steps first at the behest of Glory Braddock.  They hold the ropes open while The British Bombshell ascends the steps.  She steps through the ropes and into the ring.  She poses in the center, soaking in the fan reaction while the “royal guards” join her in the ring, holding the British flags high over their heads proudly.  Braddock is handed a microphone.  The sound of “Immortal” slowly begins to fade.  Once it stops Glory begins to speak.

Glory: “I hate to say that I told you so but…actually, no, I love saying it.  I TOLD YOU SO!”

Braddock snickers. The crowd boos.

Glory: “I told everyone that the only reason Josh Hudson won the SCW United States Championship at Holly-Wood of the South was because he was lucky to face a worn down, beaten, and fatigued Glory Braddock.  He won only because he was lucky enough to get me in the finals when I was not at one hundred percent.  I told all of you that him at one hundred percent against me at one hundred percent that I would beat his ass every single time and I would become the new United States Champion.  But did anyone listen?  No, no one listened.  They just gave Owen a title match at Rise To Greatness, one he had not earned.  But me?  I EARNED a US Title Match by beating Konrad Raab, Christy Matthews, and Danny Darko at Rise To Greatness.  I then EARNED the US Title by defeating Josh Hudson at Apocalypse.  I told you that everything I have ever achieved in this business was EARNED and I have proven it yet again.  I told you that I am the absolute best wrestler in the world today and yet again I proved it.  Henceforth there will be no further questions.  The best wrestler in the world?  Me!  The best mat technician?  Me!  The best submission wrestler?  Me!  The best two submission moves in SCW?  Shekhinah Glory and Glorify Thy Name.  But more important than all of that…”

She holds up her newly acquired championship belt.

Glory: “Once again I have gold around my waist…”

Braddock looks at it and laughs softly.

Glory: “…obviously it is not the same championship worn by Hudson.  This is the championship that I shall wear, that I shall defend proudly in honor of his majesty King Charles III.  This is the SCW United Kingdom Championship.  It looks better than the old United States Title.  Seriously, ladies and gentlemen, the Union Jack is far grander than the raggedy Stars and Stripes, just as I look better wearing the gold than anyone else who has come before me wearing the United States Title.  The United States would never have defeated the British Empire and would never have won its independence on its own.  The United States needed the French to save their asses.  But someone like me, The British Bombshell?  I do not need anyone.  I won Double Jeopardy at Rise To Greatness to earn my shot on my own.  I defeated Josh Hudson at Apocalypse on my own.  So obviously I deserve an upgrade.  The SCW United States Championship is no more.  I am your SCW United Kingdom Champion.”

She shakes her head. A loud “Shut the f’ck up!” chant starts to echo around the Montreal crowd. Glory stops and looks around.

Sharper: “Good lord. The ego just going to her head.”

Lyman: “And just a slap in the face of everyone holding this title.”

Sharper: “We’ve seen this before. Back in the days where the title went by the Canadian Championship, but Glory is just taking it a bit farther.”

Glory: “Keep talking. Keep chanting. I don’t care. Just like I don’t care what anyone else says.”

The crowd boos.

Glory: “And I won’t defend this against just anyone. The days of idiots just getting title shots without earning it are over. Hypocrites like Shaun Cruze speak about earning title matches.  Well put your damn money where your mouth is.  I don’t defend this title against anyone unless they have won a contender’s match. Goofs like The One getting an Underground Title Match just because she walked down to the ring and stares at Deanna…not gonna happen.  Owen Cruze getting title matches only because he’s mad at Josh Hudson?  Not gonna happen. The last time I was a champion, which was the Adrenaline Championship, I lost it to some damn fool named Shilo Valiant, but I ask you this…what did that circus freak do to even earn a right to wrestle me?  Not a damn thing! Well the days of crap like that happening are over.  The days of free handouts are over.  I will not defend this title against anyone unless they have actually earned it.  So if you want a title match then you WILL earn it just like I did.  Beat some people, win some matches, and then you can have your shot.  Don’t waste your time with pointless mind games or trivial insults because they won’t work.”

Sharper: “She does realize this is SCW, not GCW.”

Knots: “It’s one letter difference. Innocent mistake…”

Lyman: “She’s insulting the entire roster. Wins the title and just runs down everyone.”

Sharper: “Interesting time to go on this rant too. Founder in the building.”

Knots: “Doesn’t look like she cares. She’s staking her territory!”

Braddock pats her championship belt.

Glory: “This championship is just the beginning.  Danny Darko?  He’s done.  Christy Matthews has been beaten not just once but twice now by Konrad Raab and she’s done.  And I beat Konrad at Rise To Greatness.  The slate has been cleaned, wiped clear of any and all potential rivals. So now I can look to the future.  Yes, I am going to make this UK Championship prestigious and respectable again.  I am going to be the greatest champion in this championship’s long and decorated history.  But I have many other goals. I am just two championships away from Supreme Champion here in SCW…the World Tag Team Championship and the Television or Underground Championship. Hell, maybe once Gavin and Xander are done tearing each other apart, I might go back after the SCW World Title?  It wouldn’t be the first time the US Champion went after the World Champion, plus I still owe Xander payback. But for now I defend this, the SCW United Kingdom Championship, and I will do it as I only I can.”

Sharper: “Xander Valentine still living rentfree in her head.”

The crowd boos.

Glory: “And the former champion, Josh Hudson, he can complain and gripe, he can call me a coward all he wants.  I told the world that I would outwrestle him and I did, I told him that I would outsmart him and I did.  Now I have the gold to prove it.”

Glory throws the microphone behind her. The crowd boos as Glory turns as her music plays throughout the arena. She holds the title over her head as the boos continue.

Sharper: “Glory Braddock, ego on full display.”

Lyman: “Dictating how she’ll defend the title. Sounds like she doesn’t want to have to deal with a rematch.”

Sharper: “Good news is that she doesn’t make rules. Shaun Cruze makes them and the matches. And I don’t think he’s going to care about another roster member thinking they’re above everyone else.”

Glory Braddock continues to stand in the ring, proudly holding her title before the scene fades away.

Backstage, Ravyn Taylor is on the phone, pacing. She brings it down and stops before reaching up and dialing again. She then paces. Alexander Crowe looks on from the doorway.

Crowe: “We have to go.”

Ravyn: “Let me try once more.”

Ravyn then waits before smirking.

Ravyn: “There you are. Are you not coming? We’re about to compete and we had this date circled…”

Ravyn stops as she listens to a male voice on the other end. Ravyn looks increasingly annoyed.

Ravyn: “I don’t like plans disrupted. And this…”

Ravyn is cut off. She sighs.

Ravyn: “Well reconsider it. We will head your way when we’re done here.”

Ravyn hangs up and turns to Alexander.

Crowe: “Not coming?”

Ravyn: “Says he’s not coming period. So it’s you and I until we see him tomorrow.”

Crowe: “Let’s go. CHBK can wait.”

Ravyn: “Naturally.”

Ravyn heads off as the crowd boos. The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as Mr. D is on the phone in the hallway.

Mr. D: “Don’t worry. I’m not doing anything. Look, just going to take care of this. Trying to find Syren. I don’t plan to make this a usual thing. We’re just in Canada.”

Mr. D nods.

Mr. D: “Sasha…relax. I’ll be good.”

Mr. D then turns as the camera pans out to show Owen Cruze waiting.

Mr. D: “I have to go.”

Mr. D nods and hangs up as he turns.

Mr. D: “Mr. Cruze. What can I do for you?”

Owen: “Just wanted to know if you saw what you wanted to see.”

Mr. D: “If you could rebound. Sure. Saw plenty.”

Owen: “That’s all. That’s all this was. Just wanted me to jump through some hoops.”

Mr. D: “Would you blame me if I had the chance? Not saying this is why, but are you unhappy about the fact that I may still not be crazy about a man who is claiming to have suddenly turned a page and frankly still making money off my invention.”

Owen: “Look…I’ll happy do whatever I need to do to prove that I’m not the same person. I’m going to apologize every time I can do. You tell me what I need to do, I’ll do it.”

Mr. D: “Good attitude. But as I told your uncle, I’m not here to call shots. I was in town for Apocalypse. I figured I’d see what you were about after you lose…and big time…at Rise to Greatness.”

Owen turns away, nodding, clearly holding back a response.

Adam: “Yo! Olek!”

Mr. D turns. Owen looks at him.

Owen: “Excuse me. I’m here-“

Adam: “Look, this is more important. I need to talk to a long time friend.”

Mr. D: “We’re not friends Adam, although I’m glad to hear that you’re staying sober. I hear you’ve not been popped yet.”

Adam: “And not planning to be.”

Owen: “Excuse me.”

Adam: “Again, this is more important.”

Owen: “Says you. I was with him first-“

Mr. D: “And we’re done for now. You want to talk more, contact me at the SCW Headquarters.”

Owen looks at Mr. D and turns and heads off, clearly annoyed, as Mr. D turns to Adam.

Mr. D: “What can I do for you?”

Adam: “Make this straight-forward. You’re on the board. You approved. What is up with Xander’s contract?”

Mr. D: “Oh that. He hates you. A lot.”

Adam: “Yeah, I know. Some of its deserved but-“

Mr. D: “Easy. While he’s World Champion, you don’t get to sniff that title. Why he wants to hold onto it.”

Adam: “Wonderful.”

Mr. D: “Sorry to give you bad news. Getting to the top and then getting shoved off and you don’t have any chance to climb back up.”

Adam: “Yeah…thanks….”

Adam then sighs and turns and heads off as he shakes his head.

Ravyn Taylor vs. Alexis Quinne

The eyes all focus on the stage. The lights grow dim. Opening strum of Rage Against the Machine's Calm Like a Bomb plays. White house lights illuminate the ramp.

Feel the funk blast
Feel the funk blast
FEEL THE FUNK BLAST

The house lights turn blue, red, green, etc. Alexis Quinne steps out through the curtains. She is dressed in a black and red baseball jersey along with a matching sugar mask with white trim. The jersey says "VOVAYGERS" in front. Alexis slowly turns around, revealing "Quinne" on the back and the number 0 underneath. While doing so, she removes her mask, before turning back around. Quinne starts heard down to the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a thirty minute time limit. First, coming down to the ring, from San Francisco, California, this is Alexis Quinne!”

Alexis tosses her mask into the crowd while approaching the ring. She extends her arms, clenching her fist as she glares at the crowd. Reaching ringside, the camera does the classic rotation that it used to do for her entrances. She gets to ringside and walks up the steel steps. She rest her head on top of the turnbuckle before climbing up the turnbuckle and raises her fist in the air. The crowd cheers and Alexis peers at the crowd, looking up at the sky. She jumps into the ring and takes off her jacket. From there, she climbs up the top turnbuckle and waits for her opponent.

Sharper: “Alexis Quinne has been looking forward to this match. First time she’ll face Ravyn Taylor in half a decade and they’re not exactly friends.”

Lyman: “Who would want to be Ravyn’s friend?”

Knots: “And it’s been a big night there. Ravyn Taylor expected CHBK here. He’s not. So things may be breaking down a bit in Infamous land!”

The camera cuts to the crowd where we see a group of red-shirted security walking in through one of the ground-level entrances. They line up in front of the fans for a moment and seem to be holding them back. Then the lights go out leaving the arena in complete darkness. The screen fills with images of Franklin D. Roosevelt’s inaugural address.

“So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is—”

There’s a record scratch before a deep voice fills the arena.

“INFAMOUS!”

The opening of “Open Your Eyes” by Guano Apes hits the PA system.

“Hide your face forever
Dream and search forever-ever-ever-ever”

The song gets stuck on the word and is then interrupted by the deep sound of the voice of Marilyn Manson.

“Just lay your head in daddy’s lap
You’re a bad girl!”

“Bad Girl” by Avril Lavigne hits the PA system as we cut to the backstage. We see Ravyn Taylor walking the corridors, accompanied by Alexander Crowe. Ravyn has her ring-gear on, and most notably her ring jacket. We can hear the boos from the live crowd as we follow the trio walking backstage. We then cut to the shot of the doorway again where we see Ravyn Taylor walk through. She pauses, a smirk on her face for a moment, before beginning to walk to the ring.

Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
DARK FANTASY

We follow the group as they make their way down toward ringside, with security keeping fans back in the aisles. Ravyn doesn’t seem at all distracted by the noise and movement of people around her however, keeping her eyes focused on the ring. She gets to the barricade and pauses. Alexander Crowe grabs her by the arms and lift her up and over. She jumps down the other side and smirks again as she starts to walk toward the ring.

Phillips: “Her opponent, representing Infamous and being accompanied by Alexander Crowe, hailing from Hell, Michigan, she is a Bad, Bad Girl, Ravyn Taylor!”

Ravyn steps up the ring steps, pausing for a moment before encouraging Jason Phillips to walk over toward her. She points to the ropes, telling him to sit on the middle rope to lower it for her. He hesitates before doing exactly that, and she responds by vaulting over the top rope and just smirking at him. She then casually removes her jacket, tossing it into the corner before climbing the turnbuckles on the left camera side and looking out toward the camera.

Sharper: “Back to her normal trunks. We know Nicole Kinneck is here. Selena Frost was concerned about her.”

Knots: “Like Ravyn cares. She’s used her as an experiment and apparently is moving on.”

Lyman: “Moving on before led to Nicole Kinneck getting involved in Ravyn’s matches and Ravyn manipulating it, trying to use it for her benefit.”

The bell sounds as Ravyn turns to Alexis. The two watch one another as Ravyn taps her chin. Quinne shrugs and steps up and then throws a hard right. Ravyn ducks and spins around. She then grabs Alexis and hits a headlock takedown.

1!

Alexis tries for a headscissors, but rolls over to her stomach. She starts to get up as Ravyn keeps holding on as Alexis turns. She then starts to get up and Ravyn pulls back on her head. Alexis gets her to the ropes and goes to fire her off, but Ravyn holds on, dropping to a knee. Crowe looks on as Quinne reaches around and then Ravyn goes for another headlock takedown, but Alexis blocks it. Ravyn tries again. Quinne blocks it and then forearms Ravyn in the ribs before lifting Ravyn up and throwing her forward. Ravyn lands back first on the mat. Quinne runs into the ropes. Ravyn turns and drops down. Quinne hops over. Ravyn gets up and Quinne steps up and forearms her in the jaw. The crowd roars. She forearms her again and then a third time. Ravyn ends up in the ropes. Quinne goes to whip her across. Ravyn spins through and sends Quinne in and Ravyn thumbs her in the eyes on the rebound. Quinne staggers off to the corner.

Sharper: “Ravyn taking the shortcut. Right now, trying to almost goad Quinne into being too aggressive.”

Lyman: “Quinne said she can’t wait to punch that face again. Ravyn seemingly enjoying playing with that.”

Ravyn follows up and chops Quinne. The crowd woos. Ravyn then forearms her in the jaw. The crowd boos as Ravyn then grabs Quinne and whips her across the ring. Sharper: “And she won’t be blocking this!”

Sharper: “Just a stomp. Ravyn Taylor almost reminding Quinne what she thinks of anyone not directly in a relationship with her.”

Knots: “Or even some who are. Look at how she manipulated Christy Matthews and Nicole. She used them for things last month.”

Quinne stirs as Ravyn then grabs her and pulls her up. She kicks her in the ribs and double underhooks her. Quinne however fights out and spins out and then pulls Ravyn into a knee. Ravyn winces and bends over. Quinne then jumps to the middle rope and dives back, grabbing Ravyn’s head and hitting the Ditzy Tour! She starts to climb up, but Crowe hops onto the apron and Quinne turns and runs over and nails him with a shot. The crowd boos as Crowe rolls off. The official heads over and tells him to get past, but as he does, we see Nicole Kinneck running out from the back. The crowd erupts in cheers. Ravyn looks up and sees her before turning her head as we see Nicole is not Luna, but instead, holding a piece of construction paper with paint all over her face and arm. She runs down and jumps up and down before placing the paper on the apron. Ravyn looks at it as Ducky smiles and waves.

Ducky: “Wanna come to my party!”

Sharper: “What in the world? Nicole Kinneck is out…but it’s Ducky! Ducky is back in the driver’s seat?!”

Knots: “Ravyn isn’t sure what to think!”

Ravyn then smiles and laughs before mouthing “it worked…” She smirks before Nicole then enters the ring and goes to hug her “friend” Ravyn. Ravyn however, realizing she’s still in a match, shoves her down and turns and Quinne now runs at Ravyn and hits the Slingblade. The xtra impact of Ravyn’s momentum adding to the impact. Quinne turns and exits to the apron and climbs up to the top rope. The crowd erupts in cheers as Quinne looks around before diving off and connecting with the Quinnessential Dream. The crowd cheers as Nicole now climbs into the ring. She runs over and hugs Ravyn, seemingly protecting her as Alexis gets up and backs up. She then turns to Crowe as Crowe enters the ring and shoves Nicole off of Ravyn. Nicole, as Ducky, holds up her piece of paper, showing an “invitation” on it. Crowe takes it as Ducky smiles and rolls out of the ring, skipping as she does. Alexis Quinne meanwhile has her arm raised.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Alexis Quinne!”

Sharper: “Well as Nicole Kinneck, as Ducky, comes out here and confuses Ravyn and Alexander Crowe, Alexis Quinne more than takes advantage and made sure to take Ravyn down!”

Lyman: “I think the experiment isn’t working out-“

Knots: “She said something worked. She was surprised by something. But it’s not leading to in-ring success. Is being bored worth that?!”

Sharper: “Alexis Quinne doesn’t care. She just pinned Ravyn Taylor and Quinne has to be feeling great about that!”

Quinne has her arm raised as she watches Crowe. Crowe looks at the invitation, before throwing it out of the ring to the floor. The scene cuts away.

We cut backstage where we find “The Woman Scorned” Kimberly Williams who is dressed in her wrestling gear.  She has the HKW Bloodlust Championship draped over her right shoulder, the “Datura Invented” Unsanctioned Championship draped over her left shoulder, and her newly won SCW Underground Championship wrapped around her waist.

Kim: “All is right with the world…”

She pats the Underground Title wrapped around her waist.

Kim: “Call it arrogance if you want but I keep proving it to be true.  I am the Queen of the Death Match. I am the face of the SCW Underground Division.  Me and Jordan Majors brought this bitch back with our two week long war that culminated in a weapons cage match.  Oktoberfest…excuse me, Konrad and I, we ELEVATED this son of a bitch to even greater heights with our brutal, violent, war…DeeDee McFrosty, also known as Deanna Frost, we put this bitch on the grandest stage of them all at Rise To Greatness!  And then at Apocalypse, I GREW this division by leaps and bounds thanks mainly to people wanting to kick my ass!”

She waves at the camera.

Kim: “Hi there, Wolfie and Onesie!  You two still suck!”

She winks at the camera.

Kim: “Let me get a few things straight.  First to DeeDee McFrosty, or Deanna.  I get it, losing sucks.  I lost this Underground Title twice and it means more to me than anything else in this whole damn company.  I have busted my ass to do everything I can to not only make this championship meaningful and prestigious, but to make sure that it never EVER goes anywhere ever again.  I have bled for this division, to make sure it remains a permanent part of this company.  That’s how damn passionate I am about this title.  So yeah, I hate losing it and I have an idea how you must feel right now.  But for what it is worth Deanna…”

She sighs.

Kim: “…I DO respect you.  So I gave you a funny name?  DeeDee McFrosty.  I call Konrad Oktoberfest, I respect him too.  If I give you a funny name, it usually means I LIKE you.  Do not let this one get you down.  You may have a different philosophy from me, we may never see eye to eye, but I respect you.  But moving away from respect…”

She waves at the family.

Kim: “Hi, Glory!  Now I’m sure you are grinning ear to ear, aren’t you?  Your first cousin’s psychotic daughter.  You know damn well that I am the standard bearer and face of the underground division.  You’re right about that.  You have no problem telling the entire world that you are the best wrestler in the world today.  Again, you are right about that.  But for all of your confidence and great wrestling skill, there are many things that you are forgetting about me.  Hell, something this entire locker room forgets about me.”

She picks up her stuffed penguin affectionately named Wasley.

Kim: “I may carry around a penguin named Wasley and ride a Velociraptor named Blue to the ring…well, most places, not here in SCW because Shaun Cruiserweight has banned extinct creatures.  But despite how eccentric and deranged I may be, despite this outward appearance of Crazy Kim, underneath I am one of the smartest people on this roster.  You want to brag about how you outsmarted Hudson?  Newsflash, ‘cuz…tonight, I am going to outsmart you.  I won’t make the bold prediction of outwrestling you. I DO promise to push you to your limit. I DO promise to remind everyone just how good of a WRESTLER I am by taking you to the limit tonight.  I also promise to beat you by outsmarting you.”

She waves at the camera.

Kim: “See ya out there!”

Kimberly Williams heads off as the scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

MOMENTS AGO:

A still of Nicole Kinneck running out from the back is shown.

Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown. And we got a surprise and it’s one we don’t mind!”

The footage starts to roll. The crowd erupts in cheers as Nicole runs down.

Sharper: “Nicole Kinneck, seemingly with Ducky in the driver’s seat, running out. And Ravyn Taylor got something. What appears to be an invitation.”

Lyman: “Yeah, I have it here. Ravyn and Crowe left it at ringside.

The xtra impact of Ravyn’s momentum adding to the impact. Quinne turns and exits to the apron and climbs up to the top rope. The crowd erupts in cheers as Quinne looks around before diving off and connecting with the Quinnessential Dream.

We cut to a live shot at ringside to see Lyman holding the invitation, written in crayon on construction paper.

Sharper: “It’s just an invitation.”

Lyman: “To what, I don’t know. There’s no date. There’s nothing more than just a picture of Ducky and the Happy Farmstead Friends it looks like and Ravyn Taylor…and I can’t make anyone else out.”

Knots: “The scrawlings of a child.”

Lyman: “So Ducky is back and planning something.”

Knots: “Wait…whoa, whoa, whoa. She has a trios contract. It needs to be cashed in before Under Attack.”

Lyman: “Could this be related?”

Knots: “Do you think I have a clue?”

Sharper: “Either way, looks like the taser strike at Apocalypse has put Ducky back in the driver’s seat. And frankly, I prefer that!”

Knots: “We all do…even though we need to figure out what the hell this is?!”

The camera remains on the party invitation for a bit longer.

The lights fade down, and the ramp is cast with a heavy backlight. The acoustic guitar of Royal and the Serpent’s “Happier in Hell” begins. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Time to hear from the SCW Adrenaline Champion!”

Knots: “Oh this…she’s ruined her career. She lost at Apocalypse! She lost!”

Lyman: “She walked out of Holly’s money making. Holly wanted her to cheat. That’s her plan in the ring.”

Knots: “It works!”

Sharper: “I don’t know about that. Clamidiya also failed to win at Apocalypse too.”

“I’m afraid of medication but I think I should be on it.
I keep trying meditation but if I’m being honest
Doing anything that’s good for me makes me want to vomit.
I’m sorry for the mess I made I’ll clean it in the morning.”

From the light, the silhouette of Datura appears on the ramp. Her head is down, and her arms extend outward, her hands dancing to the rhythm of the music. As it goes on, Datura trudges down the ramp, basking in the light. She now has a smile on her face. She looks around as the crowd cheers for her.

“I don’t need your help you can keep the
Gary Vees and Ted Talks to yourself.
I’m glad it’s going well but
I’ve been to heaven. It’s happier in Hell.”

When Datura gets close to the ring, she gets a running start and slides underneath the bottom rope before immediately making her way to the corner. She climbs up onto the turnbuckle and sits with her back to the ring, screaming the words of the song to the audience.

"Maybe you're not sad enough. Maybe I should suck it up.
I'm an imposter. I'm a fraud. Most days I'm a devil
Today I'm a god. Maybe you're not sad enough.
Or maybe I should give it up."

As the second verse begins, Datura leans back and places herself in the tree of woe position, glaring across the ring with her arms crossed over her chest. After hanging there for several moments, the places her hands down on the mat and kicks off the turnbuckle. Spinning toward the center of the ring, she extends her arms outward and throws off her hood. The SCW Adrenaline Championship sits around her waist.

Sharper: “Datura, smiling. Did we think we’d see that.”

Knots: “Does she know how? Or is it because she’s trying to hide the stupidity that she’s forced upon herself! Bree, I know you and I have gotten on better terms, but come on. You have screwed your friend here. She was getting help.”

Lyman: “She was getting hosed, Jon.”

Knots: “That’s a level of arrogance they can help with you, Simon!”

Datura then steps back and walks over to the corner and is handed a microphone by Jason Phillips. She takes it and walks back to the middle of the ring. The crowd cheers her as she looks around. Her music fades out. Datura nods.

Datura: “I guess I-“

*Yes Bitch*
*Yes Bitch*
*Yes Bitch*
*SLAY*

The intro from “W FACE” by Kumi Koda quickly fades out as we suddenly hear the voice of Giovanni “GiGi” Aries.

*“For 5 EASY Payments of 29.99!”*

“Boss Bitch” by Doja Cat comes in full force around the arena as The Housewives of Beverly Hills camera crew back out onto the stage while Holly Adams steps up onto the stage, spinning into place at the top of the ramp flanked by a smiling Giovanni “GiGi” Aries dressed in white tunic and white pants. The crowd boos. We notice, in Holly Adams’s hand is an envelope. Samuel Davis and whatever Clamidiya is going by this week stands with them, Clamidiya holding the TV title.

Knots: “She’s got a Trios Contract!”

Sharper: “No she doesn’t Jon. What the hell does she have? And not even letting Datura talk.”

Lyman: “All about her.”

Knots: “For good reason! She’s helping people!”

Datura turns and looks at the stage as Adams and Aries lead Clamidiya and Davis down to the ring. GiGi reaches into his pants pocket to give out business cards to random fans along the rampway. Datura paces around the ring. Holly focuses on the ring as she walks over to the ring and climbs up the steel steps. Aries pulls himself onto the apron and then steps into the ring. Davis and Clamidiya follow after. Holly walks over and demands Datura’s microphone. Datura just shakes her head no. Holly again presses her. Datura ignores her, backing up to the corner. Aries then shakes his head as Holly storms over to the corner, demanding a microphone. Datura watches as the Brand takesover the ring. Holly gets a microphone from Phillips and she turns back, looking at Datura.

Holly: “Datura-“

Datura: “You won’t even let me talk.”

Holly: “We don’t want you making a fool of yourself anymore. But unfortunately, in thirty seconds, you did just that by insulting me further by making me have to get my own microphone. Don’t you understand…you’ve been listening to yourself, to your friends, for years. And now look…you’re Adrenaline Champion.”

Datura: “In spite of you.”

Holly sighs. She turns back to GiGi.

Holly: “She’s a lost cause. I’m moving forward. I tried.”

GiGi shrugs.

Holly: “Well, it’s clear that this is just one more failure to tar on Cidnay’s record. The man just never got it, and even he had to rely on screwing me over at Rise to Greatness, just like you did. I guess you learned from him. Run away when it gets tough. Well, Datura, GiGi here was going to offer you another chance.”

Datura: “How wonderful. Exactly what I wanted…”

Datura responds sarcastically.

Holly: “Oh I know, but you can’t change who you are. Someone who is a failure and always gets in their own way. And so, I’m not even going to offer you a PIP. Cidnay showed some hope. You have none. And so instead, I have this.”

Datura: “Oh no…I’m heartbroken. What is this?”

Holly hands Datura the envelope. Datura takes it and opens it. She looks inside and scoffs.

Holly: “Your bill for services rendered. You had the whole package. The Holly Adams Brand Life Coaching, trademarked. The spiritual package, trademarked. The GiGi Aries Better Thought Processing and First Aid Training, trademarked. The Professional Wrestling Classes, and we needed to do a lot there and you took on NONE of the lessons. Failed at Apocalypse. Trademarked. The Beauty and Makeup Tutorials and Training, trademarked. You never even showed up. I guess you like looking like a ravaged trash bag that lost a fight with a raccoon. Security deposit and NDA is in there too. And well, you’ve made no payments. But we will no longer let you freeload on our account when you just insult us at every turn.”

Datura smirks.

Datura: “Nice…$23, 493-“

Aries leans in and speaks into Holly’s microphone.

Aries: “And ninety-three cents.”

Holly: “And that’s before we start charging interest. So Datura, with us, we could’ve helped you get there. We have financing plans. But you just would rather fail on your own.”

Datura: “If that’s what success was, then I’d rather be here. Because having you hold my title because you don’t think I’m ready and just constantly insulting me, well, that’s just being in my head as is. Not much of an improvement. Although, some of the incense was nice-“

Holly: “Uh….NDA. Don’t make us sue you for divulging our secrets-“

Datura: “Your secrets are bullying and taking advantage of people. And I just saw the light. I’m not going to be manipulated and I’m not going to pay this ridiculous bill. And instead, I’m going to stand here and remind the world that I was feared for what I could do to people in the ring and in their mind!”

Datura rips up the envelope and bill as the crowd cheers. Holly just looks on stunned. GiGi, again, shakes his head, disappointed.

Holly: “Well after what happened a couple of weeks ago, with no conclusion, Datura, your little crutch for your fake success…that Adrenaline Championship…I’m going to focus on someone who CAN show they can listen and thrive. Because last time, we didn’t solve anything and that wasn’t a real match?! Like I can pull those strikes. But I’m going to make sure she gets it, Adrenaline Title on the line, you’ll defend against Datura Has Screwed Herself and all will be exposed!”

Holly turns and holds up Clamidiya’s arm. The crowd boos. Datura scoffs.

Holly: “She can apply the lessons.”

Datura: “Good…I know them all. I’ll have an answer.”

Holly: “Oh well…Samuel?”

Davis then lunges and runs at Datura. He throws a hard right, but Datura blocks it and nails him with a kick to the ribs. She turns and nails Clamidiya with a hard right and then Holly thumbs Datura in the eye. The crowd boos as Datura falls back into the corner. Holly looks on as Samuel Davis turns back as does Clamidiya and both run over and start to kick at Datura. Datura covers up as they stomp away. GiGi Aries walks around the ring, shaking his head, again disappointed. Holly waits a few moments as the crowd boos.

Sharper: “This is just a damn mugging.”

Lyman: “Can’t get money, can’t get the last laugh, go for the injury.”

Knots: “Just giving her a taste of what she’s losing out on. She’s going to beat herself up. Holly Adams is just doing it for her! She’s a charitable soul!”

Holly then steps forward, telling Davis and Clamidiya to stop before reaching and grabbing her Adrenaline Championship. Datura reaches out to grab at it, but Holly pulls it away.

Holly: “This is going to come back to us. We are why you were it!”

GiGi steps up and points to himself. Datura gets up and Davis and Clamidiya return to their attack. Holly places the title over her shoulder before Bree Lancaster runs out from the back. The crowd roars. Alexis Quinne is a couple of strides behind. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Quinne! Lancaster! Coming out to help Datura!”

Lyman: “Numbers still on the side of the Brand though!”

Knots: “See! This is the decision-making that you have when you don’t have someone helping you think clearly!”

Lancaster slides in and goes for Holly as Quinne gets up and nails GiGi with a couple of shots. Lancaster tackles Holly down and gets a few shots in before Davis stomps away on Datura a bit more. Clamidiya (aka Datura Has Screwed Herself) turns around and runs over and nails Bree with a hard right and then another. Bree rolls back and gets up. Clamidiya follows up with another hard right as Quinne gets GiGi back to the corner. Davis then sees this and runs over and grabs Quinne, pulling her back. Quinne rolls through. She gets up and GiGi runs out and chops her in the chest. Quinne stumbles back, falling to a knee, still recovering from her recent match. Bree however nails Clamidiya with a hard forearm and then another and another. She backs up and hits the BOGO. Clamidiya falls back as Holly then runs at Bree and clotheslines her up and over the top rope to the floor. The crowd boos. Bree rolls over. Holly turns and motions to Davis to get her. Davis rolls to the floor as Holly turns to Quinne and looks at her as she gets up and Holly walks over and kicks her in the ribs. Quinne falls to the corner. Holly starts to choke her.

Sharper: “Bree had fought back. Holly dumps her to the floor. They’re not done with her.”

Lyman: “This is just turning into a revenge night for the Holly Adams Brand. Four on three!”

Knots: “And Holly was holding the Adrenaline Championship. Should be property of the Brand. And now going to teach Quinne a lesson.”

Sharper: “Quinne pinned Holly after everything at Apocalypse. Holly’s ego playing a role here.”

Knots: “No! She’s clarifying the true narrative!”

Holly keeps choking Quinne as Datura starts to pull herself up. On the floor, Bree is down against the barricade. Davis grabs her, but just then, someone runs down from the back. No one notices them at first as they’re wearing an SCW shirt and jeans, but then Davis turns as the figure runs over and just bowls him over with a football tackle-like spear. The crowd roars. The man rolls through and looks up. The camera gets a good shot of him as he comes over and helps Bree up.

Sharper: “That’s Jamison Logan!”

Lyman: “What the hell is he doing here? Jamison! BlackOut Academy’s Jamison Logan. Montreal is a long way from home!”

Knots: “Yeah, you don’t know! What the hell is going on? Amy funding a protection racket for Bree?!”

Logan helps Lancaster up. GiGi turns and gets Holly’s attention. Logan and Lancaster return to the ring as Datura gets up too. She walks over and grabs the SCW Adrenaline Championship. Holly looks back, still choking Quinne before then letting go and dropping down to the floor. Datura Has Screwed Herself (aka Clamidiya) exits too. Davis holds his ribs and rolls over in pain. Holly looks in the ring as she points at Datura. Datura gets up, placing the title firmly over her shoulder.

Sharper: “Now the numbers of even!”

Lyman: “And The Brand is retreating!”

Knots: “They don’t need to prove anything else!”

Holly backs up, joined by GiGi. Davis staggers over, holding his ribs as Datura Has Screwed Herself picks up her TV Title and holds it. The crowd cheers for Datura, Bree and Jamison as Datura walks over and reaches down, helping Quinne up. Quinne steps forward too, coughing, as the scene cuts away.

Breakdown returns as Jamison Logan, Bree Lancaster, Alexis Quinne and Datura are backstage in one of the locker room.

Datura: “Thanks…again…thanks.”

Bree: “Trust me, we’d be out there even if you didn’t want us. After Apocalypse, you snapped out of it.”

Quinne: “Just hope Holly doesn’t keep wanting money. Hopefully that Adrenaline Title shot gets tossed too.”

Datura: “We’ll take one thing at a time. And I think I should thank you too.”

Datura says turning to Jamison.

Bree: “I think I need to make sure you’re ready for what you just unleashed.”

Jamison: “What? I am ready. I came out. Figured you needed some help. I mean I’m hired! I’m here. I’ve been training!”

Bree: “Yeah and you just pissed off one of the biggest blowhards in SCW!”

Datura: “It’s fun isn’t it?”

Bree: “It is.”

Jamison: “It is!”

Bree: “Well you better be ready. You just jumped in both feet first into the deep end.”

Jamison: “Bring it on!”

The scene cuts back to the ring.

Savannah Sunshine vs. Polly Playtime

As the sounds of “Running up that Hill” begin to fill the air, blue and pink cotton candy colored lights swirl over the crowd before coming to swirl over the entrance ramp. a singular figure standing at the top of the ramp with their back towards the crowd. their head is bowed slightly, but if you could see them, you could see the slight smirk on their lips. the crowd cheers in anticipation, clapping their hands along to the beat of the music.

IT DOESN’T HURT ME. DO YOU WANNA’ FEEL HOW IT FEELS?
DO YOU WANT TO KNOW, KNOW THAT IT DOESN’T HURT ME?
DO YOU WANNA’ HEAR ABOUT THE DEAL I’M MAKING?
YOU, IT’S YOU AND ME.

Kate bush’s vocals finally hit the air and the figure spins around just before the chorus hits. clapping their hands as they run towards the right side of the ramp. The lights coming to life as SAVANNAH SUNSHINE makes her presence known. Sporting a leather jacket with the words QUEEN OF CANDYLAND on the back of it, she’s in high spirits as she gets the crowd pumped. Rushing over towards the other side of the ramp before making her way towards the ring.

AND IF I ONLY COULD, I’D MAKE A DEAL WITH GOD.
AND I’D GET HIM TO SWAP OUR PLACES.
BE RUNNING UP THAT ROAD. BE RUNNING UP THAT HILL.
BE RUNNING UP THAT BUILDING. SAY, IF I ONLY COULD.

Savannah soaks up the cheers from the fans as she makes her way towards the ring, singing loudly along with the music. Her hands and arms stretching as wide as they could to touch hands with as many fans as possible. As she reaches the ring finally, she climbs up the steel steps and stops to wipe her boots on the apron, before climbing over the middle rope and into the ring. the fans are electric as CANDYLAND’S GREATEST EXPORT does a little spin in the center of the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a twenty minute time limit. First, making her way to the ring from CANDYLAND, USA, she is the Queen of Candyland, Savannah Sunshine!”

As her introduction is made, Savannah steps out onto the apron on the right side facing the crowd. Grinning brightly, she takes a dive from the apron, being caught by the fans who swarm her with love. Savannah soaks up the moment, allowing them to carry her gently back towards the ring. Where she enters once more and moves to stand in one corner of the ring. Wrists are taped in black wrist tape and long curls are pulled back into two pigtails atop her head. A look of pure determination crossing her features.

Sharper: “Savannah Sunshine back to singles action. Successful at Apocalypse, teaming with Calvan Greene and Ace Sky, but she’ll face off against the very angry Polly Playtime.”

Knots: “Playgirls didn’t have a great night at Apocalypse. Didn’t walk out tag champs, but not only that, Polly walked out of her match. And then she bitched out Mr. D who was in the wrong place, wrong time.”

Lyman: “Well she has her opportunity here. Savannah coming in with a lot of spotlight too.”

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot and then the words “START GAME” show up on SCW’s Jumbotron.  A bunch of girls can be heard giggling before “C’est La Vie” by B*Witched begins to play.

The music plays for quite some time and it is not until it comes to the first chorus that Polly emerges from the backstage area wearing a frilly pink skirt and a very cute and fashionable strapless crop top that has black paw prints on it.  She is carrying a personally made microphone, clearly wanting to make the world wait to see her.  While she gets the cat calls and the whistles from a lot of the guys in the crowd, she definitely appears to be ignoring them, instead choosing to focus on only herself, allowing the cameras to film her, but not too much.  The crowd boos as she arrives down at the ringside area.  She walks up the steel steps and into the ring and is very careful to not show off any of her assets.  She hands over her personalized microphone to Jason Phillips and tells him to announce her using ONLY that microphone.  He looks at her and just shrugs before taking it.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Panguitch, Utah, she is the girl that just LOVES to play… Polly Playtiiiiime!”

She immediately snatches her microphone back away from him and nods, telling him “Good job”, before she heads to her assigned corner.  It’s here that she begins to warm up for the upcoming matchup.

Sharper: “Polly ready to go. Savannah too. This could be a fun match here. Two very similar styles.”

Lyman: “Let’s just hope Polly sticks it out.”

Knots: “Oh don’t start with that!”

The bell sounds. Polly and Savannah watch one another and then step up, getting ready to compete before both lunge and Polly rakes the eyes of Savannah. Savannah staggers back as the crowd boos. Polly follows up with a forearm shot to the jaw and then another. Savannah ends up in the corner. Polly kicks her in the ribs and then grabs her and chops her. The crowd woos. Polly backs up and goes again, but Savannah grabs Polly and spins her into the corner and chops her. The crowd woos and cheers. Savannah chops her again. Polly steps out as the crowd woos. Savannah then grabs her and wrenches her arm and pushes her into the ropes. She fires Polly off. Polly bounces off and Savannah hits a back elbow. Polly hits the mat before popping up and turning around and Savannah hits a drop toe hold. She moves into an armbar.

Sharper: “And Savannah Sunshine moves to the arm. Controlling the arm.”

Lyman: “Bringing Polly down and Polly’s aggressiveness checked by Savannah’s calmness under pressure.”

Savannah holds on as Polly starts to get up to her feet. Polly reaches around and then grabs Savannah and pulls her to the ropes before shoving her off. Savannah bounces off the ropes and Polly goes for a clothesline. Savannah ducks and bounces off the other side. She jumps up and hits a crossbody.

Polly drags her out and hoists her up and places her stomach first on the top rope. Polly then backs up and bounces off the ropes and then jumps up and hits a dropkick. Savannah flips into the ring.

Sharper: “Polly with a hard dropkick as Savannah Sunshine in a bad position.”

Knots: “Yeah and probably not crazy about some of the shots she’s taken!”

Polly turns and hooks the legs.

Polly keeps pulling back as Savannah turns and starts to slowly get up. Polly gets up to her feet, Savannah with her and Polly knees her in the ribs. She then whips Savannah into the corner. Sharper: “Gory special! Polly in a bad way. The arms being hyperextended and pulled back.”

Lyman: “She better get creative. Time for that spotlight to show what she can do!”

Polly keeps shaking her head as Savannah continues to pull on the arms. Polly starts to fight and tries to get her arms free and manages to do just enough to roll forward into a sunset flip.

Savannah hits a kick to the ribs and then one to the chest. She then backs up and runs at Polly, but Polly manages to move out of the way. Savannah hits chest first and Polly then runs out and takes her down with a diving clothesline. Polly gets up and turns and exits to the apron. She climbs up to the top rope as Savannah stirs and starts to get up and Polly dives off with Downplay, taking her down.

Sharper: “Diving off the top! Downplay takes down Savannah Sunshine!”

Knots: “Setting up for the end maybe. Doesn’t want to see Savannah try another hold!”

Polly gets up and turns and grabs Savannah and pulls her up. She places her head between her legs. She smirks before then jumping up, but Savannah lifts her up and back drops her. The crowd cheers. Savannah steps up and Polly gets up and turns and Savannah hits a superkick. Polly spins around from the impact and Savannah then grabs her in a straight-jacket hold before finishing off the Burst Your Bubble. She bridges up.

Polly gets her shoulder up, rolling over. The crowd ohs. Polly crawls to the corner. She starts to get up. Savannah gets up and runs up behind Polly and grabs her in a waistlock. She tries to pull her up, but Polly holds onto the top rope. Savannah tries again and Polly elbows out, striking her once and then again. Savannah staggers back and Polly turns and hits a chick kick knocking her down. Polly smirks, rolling through for the pin.

Sharper: “Just a hard kick to the head. Shoot kick style!”

Lyman: “Savannah dropped and right into the pin now.”

Sharper: “This could do it!”

The crowd boos some more and the bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Polly Playtime!”

Sharper: “Polly Playtime wanted the spotlight. She got the win tonight.”

Knots: “And against Savannah Sunshine who came in with a lot of hype. Polly just said she didn’t care. It’s hurt time!”

Sharper: “I guess it’s play time!”

Polly gets up and has her arm raised. She looks around and nods before walking around the ring. She then poses in the middle and smirks before then turning and bowing before exiting the ring. She glances back at Savannah before then walking around the ring, heading to the rampway and starting to head to the back.

Bacsktage, we see Calvan Greene standing in front of a mirror pointing at it before then stepping back and going to swing, perhaps training, or working on his intimidation game. We then see Jenni Anderson walk over to her. Calvan stops and then looks at the mirror reaching out to Jenni, grabbing at it.

Anderson: “Hey!”

Calvan keeps trying to grab at the reflection.

Anderson: “Hey!”

Calvan turns and sees Anderson.

Calvan: “Oh, there’s two of you….Sweet! Well, what do you want to do ladies?”

Anderson: “Do you not remember who I am? At Apocalypse? We worked together.”

Calvan: “We did. I thought she was shorter…and had dark hair…and did some flips.”

Anderson: “That could be both of…no, we worked together. Proved Crystal Zdunich shouldn’t be in-“

Calvan: “Bless you!”

Anderson stops again. She looks down, eyes closed, trying to compose herself.

Anderson: “Look, we were a good team and I think I know that we could do some fun things. I can pay you money. And we both go to the top. I know you wanted to be the real CHBK…well, he’s not back. I heard so myself. It’s your time and I can help you.”

Calvan: “Really? Well, that’s great. I was going to kick his ass but he keeps not showing up!”

Anderson: “Yeah, he’s a coward. And you’re the real deal. Come on…we need to talk.”

Anderson then starts to walk off with Calvan smirking and the two head off camera as the scene fades to black.

Konrad Raab vs. Samuel Davis

SCW Television Championship

“Violence Fetish” by Disturbed plays over the sound system as Konrad comes out through the curtain with his flanged German mace with him, acting erratic with an angry look on his face, rising the flanged German mace in the air, wearing red and black face paint on the right side of his face with a red and black suit hoodie over his head he wears with pieces of ice blood designed all over them. He also has a penguin, walrus and a polar bear stitching on the left-hand side of his chest on his gear, stating Stop Climate Change. He also wears black boots along with Red and Black Gloves on his hands before he crouches down on the floor with the flanged German mace in front of him, looking at the ring with evil intentions. Konrad picks up his flanged German mace and slowly walks to the ring with a massive amount of boos.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and is for the SCW Television Championship! Introducing first, the challenger, from Cologne, Germany, he is The Ice Blood, Konrad Raab!”

Sharper: “And after a victory over Christy Matthews at Apocalypse, Konrad Raab is looking to use that momentum to capture himself some gold.”

Lyman: “You could argue he scored himself an upset win against a Hall of Fame talent, so now we’ll see how he fares against someone who’s hoping to fulfill his Hall of Fame dreams under his new mentor.”

Konrad runs up the steps and goes underneath the ropes. As he's in the ring, Konrad without showing any sign of acknowledgement from the fans, lays the flanged German mace on the turnbuckle, then sits in the corner of the ring with the crowd booing him, having a nasty look in his eyes, flicking his fists as if he's already ready to fight, with ring staff taking Konrad's flanged German mace away, waiting for the match to start as he takes his hoodie off from his head while his music fades out.

|| Samuel Davis ||

“One Shining Moment” by Luther Vandross plays as the crowd roars a bit. A few moments pass before we see Samuel Davis walking out from the back with the Television Championship around his waist. Behind him, GiGi Aries steps out onto the stage. Davis looks a bit nervous as GiGi begins to whisper something to Samuel who nods rapidly. GiGi Aries then proceeds to lead Davis through a breathing exercise as they take a deep breath and slowly exhale a couple times. Davis nods before beginning his way down the ramp with Aries in tow.

Phillips: “And his opponent, accompanied to the ring by GiGi Aries, from the Haüs of Nirvana, he is the SCW Television Co-Champion, Samuel Davis!”

Sharper: “And like you said, Simon, the newly-minted Samuel Davis is looking to realize his hidden potential under Giovanni Aries. Whether or not that’ll happen remains to be seen.”

Knots: “What do you mean?! Look at how long his reign as co-champion has lasted! GiGi and the rest of the Holly Adams Brand are miracle workers!”

Sharper: “Be that as it may, not as much support out here as usual. The Artist Formerly Known as Clamidiya not out here after the events that took place earlier tonight, nor is Holly Adams. Time to see if all this coaching paid off. Especially after earlier when the Brand is on its back foot!”

Davis begins to get into the music as he runs around the ringside slapping hands of no one. He makes a lap before he climbs into the ring as GiGi joins him. GiGi pulls out some sage and begins to sage Davis who chokes on the sage and has a coughing fit as his music fades out. Davis takes the Television Championship from his waist and hands it to the official, who raises it up for the crowd. The official hands the title off to the timekeeper and calls for the bell. GiGi exits the ring. Davis suddenly bolts towards Raab in the corner, jumping up for a splash, but Raab manages to roll away. Davis hits the top turnbuckle and bounces off. He stumbles backwards, right into Raab, who lifts him up and drops him with a back suplex. Davis hits hard and rolls out of the ring on impact.

Sharper: “Oh, and Davis, he tried coming out with some aggression, but now he’s started off on the wrong foot!”

Lyman: “Trying to show off what his teachers have taught him, but not executing quite as well as they would.”

Raab slides out of the ring while Davis pulls himself up onto the barricade. (1) Raab lunges forward and drives his knee into Davis’ gut. Davis doubles over. (2) Raab grabs Davis and throws him into the steel steps. Davis hits hard, flying over the steps and towards the end of the ramp where GiGi stands. (3) GiGi looks down at Davis, a neutral expression on his face.

Sharper: “GiGi watching his client get whooped early on here.”

Lyman: “Just looking on, eerily calm.”

Raab walks around the steps and stays on Davis. (4) GiGi slowly backs away. Raab picks Davis up, quickly hooking his head and throwing him up and over for a snap suplex. The crowd ohs on impact. (5) Raab spins up. He heads towards the ring, quickly rolling in and out to reset the count.

Knots: “Konnie wanting to keep this on the outside, the lunatic! He can’t even win the title out there!”

(1) Raab goes back to Davis, who’s getting up on his hands and knees. Raab gets behind Davis and grabs him by the head, suddenly digging his fingers into Davis’ mouth and pulling back. (2) Davis yelps in pain as Raab wrenches back, purposefully aiming Davis right at GiGi. GiGi just calmly observes the action as Davis continues to scream. (3) Raab leans down and angrily mutters something to Davis. Davis desperately throws his hands up, trying to grab Raab’s head. He manages to get a thumb into Raab’s eye. Raab breaks the hold and staggers back, holding his eye. (4) Davis crawls forward, going around the corner before getting up and sliding back into the ring. Raab sees this out of one eye and slides into the ring himself. Before he can get up, Davis runs over and drops onto Raab with a leg drop. Davis rolls Raab over and goes for a cover.

Raab gets a shoulder up. He rolls towards the corner and starts to pull himself up.

Sharper: “Surprisingly, Davis with the first cover of the match, now trying to mount a comeback.”

Davis gets up and runs at Raab in the corner, plowing his knee into the side of Raab’s head. Raab falls to the mat. Davis pulls him back up slightly before unleashing a flurry of pounding forearm strikes to Raab’s back. Raab tries to cover up while leaning into the ropes. The referee tries to get in-between the two, but Davis doesn’t let up.

The referee pulls Davis off and gives him a stern warning. Davis holds his hands up.

Sharper: “And Davis has to be careful here!”

Lyman: “Unless getting out of a tight spot via disqualification is something they teach at the Brand!”

Raab gets up and stumbles out of the corner. Davis blows by the referee and suddenly slaps Raab, following it up with another slap, then another, and then a spinning backfist. Raab falls to the mat.

Knots: “Samuel with The Clap! Get on him, Samuel!”

Davis falls down onto Raab for the cover.

Raab gets a shoulder up. Davis rolls off Raab and gets up to walk towards the ropes. He looks out to GiGi and puts his hands up. GiGi simply nods in return.

Sharper: “Davis maybe looking for some guidance on how to put away this lunatic.”

Lyman: “Aries still remaining stoic. Davis is just wasting time and losing momentum here.”

Davis turns around, only to get tackled to the mat by Raab. Raab starts unloading with a series of punches. Davis rolls beneath the bottom rope, clinging onto it desperately while Raab continues to unload.

Raab gets off and grabs at Davis’ foot, trying to pull him off the rope. Davis holds on for dear life while looking pleadingly at GiGi, who calmly looks on. Davis’ grip loosens and Raab pries him off the rope. Raab drags him to the middle of the ring. Raab drops down and mounts Davis, resuming the pummeling. Davis manages to get onto his back. He crawls forward, slipping out from under Raab, but Raab catches him by the leg, trying to transition into The Ice Lock!

Sharper: “Oh, and Raab now, with a hold of that ankle!”

Knots: “Oh, no! GiGi is about to get a front seat to Samuel tapping out!”

GiGi continues to look on, seemingly unfazed. Davis scrambles forward and reaches for the rope. He gets a fingertip on it before Raab yanks him back again. Raab stumbles a bit on the backwalk. Davis takes advantage of the movement, rolling forward to get himself free while sending Raab falling into the ropes. Raab rebounds and Davis pulls him into a schoolboy.

Raab kicks out, quickly getting to his feet. Davis gets up after him. Raab throws a clothesline, but Davis ducks it. He catches Raab’s arm from behind and grabs the other to roll forward into a backslide.

Raab rolls out of it, swiftly rising to his feet. Davis tries to get to his feet, but Raab quickly grabs him and spikes him with a DDT. The crowd ohs. Raab turns Davis over and hooks his legs.

Davis gets a shoulder up just before three. Raab wastes no time getting back to his feet, immediately grabbing Davis’ ankle again. Davis shoots up and reaches out towards the ropes, but Raab pulls him to the center of the ring.

Sharper: “And Raab now, The Ice Lock again!”

Lyman: “We saw Davis going for some quick pins, trying to just get the hell out of this thing, but Raab’s aggressiveness is proving to be too much here!”

The referee gets in front of Davis, checking to see if he submits. Davis reaches out and grabs the referee. The referee tries to back away, but accidentally brings Davis up to one foot. Raab keeps the hold on. Davis hops on one foot while holding onto the referee’s shirt. Davis yanks back, pulling the referee into the scuffle. The referee stumbles between Raab and Davis. Davis manages to get loose amongst the chaos. Raab pushes the referee aside and heads back to Davis, who gets up with a limp. Raab grabs Davis, but Davis quickly shoves a finger in Raab’s eye! Raab stumbles back while holding his eye.

Sharper: “Davis! To the eye!”

Knots: “Again! An important part of the veteran’s arsenal!”

Davis gets the referee’s attention before grabbing both of Raab’s legs and tripping him to the mat. Davis keeps a hold of the legs and flips forward into a jackknife pin. The referee slides over for the count.

2!

Raab pushes Davis off. Davis immediately gets up and once again grabs the referee’s shirt, pleading while holding up three fingers.

Sharper: “Davis not able to take full advantage of the shortcut, just another nearfall!”

Lyman: “And you see, he’s getting desperate. These flash pins aren’t getting the job done.”

Knots: “Look out, Samuel!”

Raab comes from behind and grabs Davis in a waistlock. Raab pulls Davis off of the referee. He tries to hoist Davis back, but Davis crosses his leg with Raab’s to keep himself planted.

Sharper: “Raab going for The Frozen Pin!”

Lyman: “Davis, though, blocking it!”

Knots: “Come on, Samuel! Remember your training!”

Davis throws an elbow back and catches Raab in the jaw. Raab staggers back. Davis turns and slips behind Raab, hooking Raab’s arm and reaching out to try and lock Raab in The Wonderland of Salvation! Raab struggles to stay out of it as we see GiGi looking on at ringside.

Sharper: “Almost as if on cue, Jon, Davis going for a Giovanni Aries special!”

Knots: “Yes! Wonderland of Salvation!”

Lyman: “That lethal crossface, but not quite getting it locked in as of yet!”

Raab stomps his foot wildly before eventually hitting Davis’ boot. Davis squeals and bails on the crossface to clutch his foot, hopping up and down on the other. Raab turns and takes Davis down with a chop block. Before Davis can even hit the mat, Raab grabs his leg and transitions into The Ice Lock! Davis reaches out for the ropes while Raab gets back to his feet.

Sharper: “Raab, again, hooking that ankle!”

Davis reaches for the ropes, but Raab drags him further back before dropping back to the mat and applying a grapevine to the hold. Davis cries out in pain, slamming the mat with his fist.

Lyman: “And now with nowhere to go, with GiGi watching helplessly from ringside!”

Knots: “Oh, no!”

Davis reaches his hand out towards the ropes. He tries to nudge himself closer, but is unable to. He eventually gives in and taps out. The crowd roars before giving a mixed reaction. Raab keeps the hold on as the bell sounds and “Violence Fetish” plays.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via submission, and NEW SCW Television Champion, Konrad Raab!”

Finally, Raab releases the hold. The referee is handed the Television Championship by the timekeeper.

Sharper: “We have a new TV Champion!”

Lyman: “And credit to both Davis and his co-champion, they had a surprising run with it. Tonight, even with his mentor’s teachings, Davis just couldn’t handle Raab’s aggressive approach.”

The referee hands Raab the title. Raab snatches it and turns to hit Davis with a stomp. Davis rolls out of the ring. The referee scolds Raab before heading out to check on Davis. Raab cradles the title and looks down at it in his hands. On the outside, the referee is helping Davis to his feet. GiGi stands next to them, calmly watching Raab inside the ring.

Sharper: “And you see there, Aries hardly reacting to his client losing this championship bout.”

Knots: “Oh, God, not the silent treatment! Samuel, what have you done?!”

Lyman: “And maybe more importantly, where does he go from here?”

Sharper: “Time will tell, but while Davis’ reign comes to an end, Konrad Raab’s has only just begun!”

Davis mutters something to GiGi, who just continues to stare inside the ring. Raab, now with his mace in one hand and the Television Championship in the other, walks over to the ropes and holds up both towards the crowd, who boo him in response. Raab smiles while keeping his mace and title held high.

“The Old Me” plays throughout the arena as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a shot of Glory Braddock before showing a shot of Kim Williams and then both.

Sharper: “Well we’re still waiting to see if Syren and Mr. D will meet up. But next, Glory Braddock and Kimberly Williams will face in our main event! Next!”

The scene fades to black.

Glory Braddock vs. Kimberly Williams

Phillips: The following contest is scheduled for one fall.  Introducing first, from Boston, Massachusetts, she is the SCW Underground Champion, “The Woman Scorned” Kimberly Williams!

The lights go out, except for a single spotlight at the top of the stage. The opening chords to “Patient Number 9” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play.  A haunting voice is heard…

"Is there a way out of here?"

"Hey, how long you been here?"

"I wanna go home"

"Hey, hahaha"

"Hahaha"

"Excuse me, could you tell how to get out of here?"

"Hahaha"

"I want to go home"

"Hahaha"

"Mommy, mommy"

The song begins to rage full bore now.  Suddenly the lights come back on and Kimberly Williams is standing at the top of the stage to a loud, mostly positive, reaction from the fans.  A sinister smirk is on her face as she ponders what she is about to do tonight.  She winks at the fans before pointing towards the ring and making a beeline towards it.  She slides into the ring underneath the bottom rope.  Kimberly then poses in the center of the ring to another loud reaction from the fans.  The music slowly dies down and Kimberly goes to a corner to await the start of the match.

The first chords of "Immortal" by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play over the PA system...

Phillips: From London, England, she is the SCW United States Champion, The British Bombshell GLORY BRADDOCK!

Knots: “Phillips didn’t get the message.”

Sharper: “Officially, it’s still the US Championship. Glory can say what she wants.”

Glory Braddock steps out onto the stage, wearing her ring gear consisting of purple spandex pants, boots, and a purple top. She really does look like a million bucks and grins from ear to ear, gazing out at the crowd for a moment before making her way down the entrance ramp.

I come alive at the second of midnight

So I can fly when the world is asleep

You scream and howl as I'm taking the first bite

Blood on my tongue tastes of eternity

People will come and go

Some stories never told

They bury me down below

But I'll never die

'Cause I'm immortal

Yes, immortal

The British Bombshell steps up the steel steps and then onto the ring apron. She poses momentarily on the apron, allowing people to take snapshots before stepping through the ropes and into the ring.  Once in the ring Glory heads to the center of the ring and poses once more. Then the music dies down slowly...

Kim playfully waves Wasley at Glory. The United States Champion orders the official to take the penguin away from Kim. Kim hands Wasley over and while Glory is distracted, watching the penguin go away, The Woman Scorned sneaks up behind her and snaps off a release German suplex. Kim with a Morrigan’s Wrath super kick. Braddock rolls outside to break the momentum. Kim, not to be stopped, leaps over the top with a suicide dive taking Glory down.

Sharper: “And Kim all over Glory! This is not what Braddock expected!”

Lyman: “We saw how egotistical Glory was earlier. I wonder if there was a bit of latent disrespect even though these two are distantly related!”

Williams attempts a whip but Glory reverses sending Kim into the steel steps. Braddock with a snap suplex on Kim on the outside. Braddock waits as Kim pulls herself up. Braddock charges and the Underground Champion drop toe holds, sending Glory face first into the steel steps. Kim pulls her up and rolls her back into the ring. Kim enters the ring and drives Glory face first into the mat with a bulldog. Kim with a springboard moonsault off the second rope, a move her mother used that’s called Divine Impact. Kim hooks a leg.

1!

2…Kickout!

Kim tries to step through for her submission move, Scorned, but Glory counters into a small package.

Sharper: “Glory now going to her strength, the chain wrestling! A cover!”

1!

2…Kickout!

Williams attempts another super kick but this time Braddock catches the foot and counters into a dragon screw.

Sharper: “And Glory going for the leg!”

Lyman: “That’s one way to stop Kim!”

Knots: “And Kim can’t just whip out Wasley. She’s going to have to remember what she can do here.”

Lyman: “I don’t think that’ll be a problem Jon. We know she can compete with anyone.”

Glory immediately follows up into a leg grapevine. After about thirty seconds Kim reaches the rope forcing a break. Glory drapes Kim’s leg on the bottom rope. Seated senton to the leg draped over the first rope. Glory repeats this two more times. Then she drags Kim over to the corner. Glory exits and violently whips Kim’s leg across the turnbuckle. She does this two more times despite refere warning. Glory then locks in a figure four on the ring post. The referee warns her and then begins the count.

Braddock breaks the hold just before the fatal five count. She returns to the ring.

Sharper: “And Braddock all over Kim! This is just turning into a technical breakdown of Kim Williams.”

Lyman: “Ego or not. She’s come out with a desire to make a point. That she’ll defeat anyone if she can say anything about it!”

Braddock with another dragon screw. She keeps hold of the leg and applies Glorify Thy Name. Kim is tortured in this move for about a minute before reaching the bottom rope, forcing the break. Glory drags her back to the center. She goes for a figure four but Kim counters by kicking her in the butt sending her shoulder first into the turnbuckle. Glory staggers out of the corner and Kim with an arm ddt and immediately applies Homage to the Queen.

Sharper: “Homage to the Queen!”

Knots: “Well hot damn! Kim going for a wrestling hold and trying to make the technical marvel tap!”

Glory is in pain but won’t give up. After about a minute she reaches the rope to force the break. Kim with a spear and a seated senton to the gut. Williams drops both knees into Glory’s ribs. Kim turns Kim over into the liontamer, Angel’s Arch.

Sharper: “And now shades of Angelica Jones! Angel’s Arch!”

Braddock struggles in the hold for about thirty seconds before almost reaching the rope but Kim drags her back out to the center. Glory struggles more and starts crawling again. She reaches the rope again after about another minute. Glory rolls to the ring apron. Kim reaches for her but Braddock grabs her by the head and drops down, hanging Kim against the top rope. Glory rolls back in. She plants Kim with Pranksters Paradise. She covers.

Glory pulls her back up and gets her set for Glorification. Kim counters out of it and attempts a ddt but Glory counters again this time into Shekhinah Glory…but no! Kim counters into Scorned!

Sharper: “Kim counters! Down goes Glory!”

Lyman: “They know each other well and it’s played a role. Kim has Glory!”

Braddock fights to the ropes. After several moments of struggle she reaches the ropes forcing a break. Kim takes her by the legs and attempts to lock it in again but Glory kicks her in the head repeatedly. Kim staggers forward but Glory catches her with Gloria In Excelsis Deo. Braddock covers.

…3No! Kickout!

Glory whips her into the ropes. She lowers her head a little too early and Kim catches her with a swinging neck breaker. Kim hits the ropes and connects with Shadowblade! But she can’t cover because her leg Glory worked on earlier hurts as a result of the move! Kim can’t quite make the cover but negotiates her way back to her feet.  She measures for another Shadowblade.  She goes for a second but this time Glory dodges it and Kim lands knee first into the turnbuckle.  Glory goes for Glorification but Kim again counters, this time into a school-girl roll up.

…3NO! Glory kicks out!

The fans are beginning to chant Kim’s name loudly by now.  Both competitors pop right back up.  Kim attempts to lock in Homage To the Queen again but Glory manages to counter into Shekhinah Glory.

Sharper: “Glory locks it in! Shekhinah Glory! Kim may pass out!”

Knots: “She’s too stupid to tap!”

Lyman: “More prideful. She likes pain, but this is more about cutting off the air! Kim may not have much time!”

Sharper: “While Montreal firmly behind Kim. And I guarantee that’s in part due to the fact that the UK isn’t particularly well liked here in Quebec!”

Crowd: Kimmy! Kimmy! Kimmy!

Glory tries to drown out the noise of the fans but it does get to her.  The official checks on Kim who tries to fight to the ropes but can’t quite get there.  The official checks to see if Kim is out but the Underground Champion keeps her arm up.  Glory cinches the hold in tighter.

Crowd: KIMMY! KIMMY! KIMMY!

The sound is deafening but it does appear as if Kim has gone limp.  Just to be sure the official checks.  Kim winks at the official, letting him know she’s still in it.  The fans get louder and louder while Glory tries to tighten the hold.  Kim shifts her weight ever so slightly…Glory’s shoulders are down and the referee begins the count, which Glory can’t hear due to the crowd noise…

Glory Braddock lets go of the hold upon hearing the bell ring.  She thinks Kim tapped out or passed out but then she hears “Patient Number 9” playing and The British Bombshell goes ballistic. Kimberly rolls over onto her back and starts laughing, letting everyone know that she outsmarted Glory Braddock.

Phillips: Here is your winner, via pinfall, the SCW Underground Champion, Kimberly Williams!

Sharper: “She did! She outsmarted her cousin!”

Lyman: “And Glory Braddock is not happy!”

Knots: “So by her logic, does she get a US Title shot? Oh wait! I wasn’t a contendership match!”

Sharper: “This crowd loving this!”

Glory looks up and looks around as Kimberly Williams runs around the ring, grabbing her Underground Championship, and throws her arms up. She points at Glory and mocks her as Glory slowly gets up. Williams then starts to back up and turns to the crowd, holding up her title. The crowd focuses on her as Glory steps up and watches her. Just then, we see from behind, Josh Hudson sliding into the ring, having come from the crowd.

Sharper: “Look! Look! It’s Josh Hudson! Hudson!”

Knots: “From the crowd! And he’s going for Glory! Didn’t he hear her earlier?!”

Hudson runs up behind Glory and trips her up before dropping down and stepping over, locking in the Severin Mission! The crowd roars as Glory reaches out, trying to grab at the ropes, but starting to fade. She keeps reaching out as Hudson just looks at her as he keeps the hold in. He drops down to his side, adding to the pressure. Glory keeps reaching out as her arms start to fall to the mat. She reaches out once more before dropping down, Hudson having caused her to pass out from the hold.

Sharper: “Severin Mission has taken Glory out! She’s out!”

Lyman: “Get it off! It can do permanent damage!”

Sharper: “He’s still got it on!”

The official runs over and tells him to get it off. Hudson keeps it on for a few moments longer before we abruptly cut away.

We then see Syren and Mr. D talking backstage near the back entrance to the building.

Mr. D: “Took you long enough.”

Syren paces as she looks around before turning back to him.

Syren: “I don’t know if I even wanted to see you.”

Mr. D: “I figured I owed you a response-“

Syren: “And I heard what you said. You had to do it then…Come out of nowhere and do it and…”

Syren sighs and runs her hands through her hair.

Mr. D: “I had a reason to attend.”

Syren: “Me?”

Mr. D: “Part of it. Figured I’d help make the moment. Didn’t realize you were so inside your head that you couldn’t get the job done.”

Syren: “Oh don’t give me that. Don’t give me some pump up speech.”

Mr. D: “I saw it. You were nervous. Maybe me. Maybe Ravyn. I don’t know, but you had what you wanted. You dropped the ball. And between two names that helped build this company, I could reward one.”

Syren: “While I was down on the mat next to it. And I’ll probably never have another shot.”

Mr. D: “If you believe that, then…well…”

Syren: “I’ve waited years for this. YEARS! Second last for Taking Hold of the Flame. So damn close here…and…”

Mr. D: “I don’t know what to say Syren.”

Mr. D then steps up to Syren.

Mr. D: “But you need to ask yourself what you need to do to get it finally. Because sometimes we don’t control everything.”

Syren looks at Mr. D confused.

Syren: “What do you mean by that?”

Mr. D shrugs.

Mr. D: “Just offering some advice.”

Mr. D goes to walk off, but Syren spins him around.

Syren: “No…you’re not going to just say that! You sick? You’re not-“

Mr. D stops her, holding a hand up.

Mr. D: “Nothing like that. Don’t worry. Just some things are in perspective for me. That’s all. So Syren…you do what you need to do. Because one thing I know…you versus Xander. That’s money.”

Syren: “And Gavin is in the way. Then someone else. Heard Glory rattle off her desire to face him. Selena and him have history. Maybe Cid will return. Or Kandis-”

Mr. D places his hands on Syren’s shoulders, stopping her.

Mr. D: “Well…then you have every motivation to control what you control! Now excuse me. I have late dinner reservations with my girlfriend.”

Mr. D turns and heads off as Syren watches him leave before turning and letting out a frustrated yell as the scene fades to black…
