Trying to get back to who I used to be

Where is the old me?

Autumn Valentine hitting the Blindspot on a foe follows before we see a shot of Owen Lee and Daisy Lee on their way to the ring, and then a shot of Kimberly Williams licking a staple gun. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen and remains on it for a few moments.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.

Sharper: “Welcome everyone to Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love as Breakdown is on the air and all of the fallout from Rise to Greatness awaits us!”

The cameras continue to pan across the crowd. After a few moments, the cameras cut to the ring where Jason Phillips stands.

Phillips: “Fans, please welcome…the NEW SCW World Champion…Adam Allocco!”

The crowd roars, following this with cheers, as the arena lights shutter off. A single beam of golden light is cast down onto the center of the stage, accompanied by a loud bass rumbling from the sound system. A light snowfall of sliver confetti falls within the pillar of light. The rough guitar chords of 'Wired' by JJ Wilder strike the sound system. Adam Allocco steps out, head hung low, into the light. He slowly looks up, a blinding flash of light accompanies him dropping down onto his knee. He raises his arms, almost as if he's calling out to God. The SCW World Championship sits around his waist.

Sharper: “And there you see it. The new World Champion. Making history at Rise to Greatness. Ending the longest World Title reign in SCW history and now, becoming part of the only father-son duo to ever both hold that title.”

Knots: “And Adam Allocco is on top of the world. Couldn’t party after, at least in his old fashion.”

Sharper: “We saw him getting tested. He continued to be tested. He is proudly the World Champion, defeating Selena Frost!”

Adam stands up and shoots a pose where he flexes his biceps before kicking his foot up into the air and swinging towards the ramp. He saunters down slowly, while he cocks a wily smile toward any nearby cameras. He forms a triangle with both hands. He then walks over to the steel steps and steps up them. He walks along the apron and stops, posing once more against the ropes. He looks around and then kicks up and over and lands on his feet. He then backs up and extends his arms. The crowd cheers some more. He turns and walks over to Jason Phillips. He says something to him before Phillips hands him the microphone. Adam takes it and walks to the middle of the ring.

Sharper: “Adam Allocco, I’m sure, has plenty to say.”

Lyman: “What’s he going to say about Selena? Selena finally shaking his hand. They wen back and forth. A classic to say the least. Selena will be looking to rebound in her own way later tonight when she faces Christy Matthews.”

Allocco looks around as the crowd cheers as an “Adam!” chant breaks out. Allocco smirks and looks around the arena. He nods, enjoying the reaction.

Allocco: “So are you saying, you don’t believe?!”

The crowd roars. A few moments pass, as several fans take the bait, and gradually a “No We Don’t!” chant begins to echo throughout the Wells Fargo Center. Adam chuckles and looks around.

Allocco: “Damn I love Philly. You bastards will just say whatever the hell you want!”

The crowd roars. Adam looks around.

Allocco: “Well I’m cut from the same cloth and while I may have grown up in Rochester, trust me, we’d all get along. And I already know that because I came out to this ring and I’m holding this title and you let the world know what you thought about that!”

Allocco looks around.

Allocco: “235 Days! That’s how long Selena Frost held this title. That’s how long she talked about integrity. And at Rise to Greatness, I showed up…sober…and I took the fight to her, my way, and by the end, I hit the Enlightenment and I entered into the record books myself.”

The crowd cheers as Allocco looks around.

Allocco: “I am now the World Champion. And not only did I win it at Rise to Greatness…I join my son holding this title.”

Allocco pauses for a moment, looking down. He pauses as the crowd cheers. Adam snaps out of it.

Allocco: “And after where I was back in February to where I am now, trust me when that’s the most important thing for me. I said I wasn’t done my journey and I sure as hell showed it at Rise to Greatness. But newsflash, I’m still not done because I plan to hold this title for a long time.”

The crowd roars.

Allocco: “See, Selena talked about integrity. I have my own. I said it, clear as day…I’m going to keep being the asshole we all know I am! I may be sober now, but that doesn’t mean everything about me came from the sauce. Oh hell no. The wrestling talent, it just got better. I’m at the top of my game. Said it time and time again and I just beat Selena God damned Frost at Rise to Greatness. All that’s changed is I piss in a cup more in a week than everyone here has in their lives to make sure I can stand here and hold this title and God damn it, I’m going to keep being that. That’s my integrity. As I said it! And now we find out who people will pay money to watch me kick their ass or watch them kick mine to take this title!”

The crowd roars. Allocco looks around as now some boos come out.

Allocco: “And well, that’s an interesting list to consider. Because I’ve already been told that Shaun Cruze has someone named, but I don’t know, Shaun…the former promoter in me tells me that maybe I should just force the issue. Maybe make a stupid comment. Maybe question whether someone can hang with me. Maybe I’m on an arrogant roll and I call out Selena, telling her I’ll prove Rise to Greatness was more than a once in a lifetime history making experience. I can do it all and maybe we just find out what happens. Because we’re in Philly and trust me, I know how to use this thing to get under everyone’s skin. The difference now is I’m seeing as clearly as ever!”

The crowd cheers.

Knots: “He’s not telling a lie. Sobriety helped him big! Biggest run of his career!”

“You Know My Name” by Chris Cornell starts to play. The crowd roars as Adam Allocco turns to the entrance way.

Sharper: “Well as Adam Allocco clearly having some fun, Shaun Cruze may be looking to reveal who is facing him.”

Shaun Cruze walks out from the back, dressed in a suit, microphone in hand. He stops at the top of the stage as he looks around. The Philadelphia crowd actually chants for him too. He shrugs and plays it up a bit before turning to the crowd.

Knots: “Just wait for when they chant for Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat!”

Lyman: “Philly having some fun tonight.”

Cruze stops as Adam Allocco turns to the entrance way.

Allocco: “Oh Shaun! Have to just stop my fun?!”

Cruze: “Sorry Adam, but you know, as a former promoter, I can’t let the inmates run the asylum.”

Allocco: “Well you could. How would you like to see Samuel Davis FINALLY get his time in the sun?”

Cruze: “Nice try Adam. But you already know I’ve signed the contract to your first title defense. In fact, I had no choice in the matter. And Adam, I have to let you know, I had hoped you’d have returned my calls last week.”

Allocco: “Hey! I was enjoying some time relaxing, enjoying my win! Champion’s prerogative.”

Cruze: “I know Adam. I’m not harping on you for that. But you’d really want to know what’s awaiting you. As I said, I didn’t have a choice in the matter and-“

The crowd roars and gets louder and louder as Adam brings his microphone up.

Allocco: “What do you mean you had no choice-“

Cruze: “Adam! Look out!”

Adam doesn’t hear this in time as the crowd erupts as Xander Valentine has slid into the ring, having come from the crowd. Xander get sup and grabs Adam, spinning him around violently, before grabbing him by the throat. Adam’s eyes widen as he immediately realizes the danger he’s in.

Cruze: “Xander! Stop! Stop!”

Sharper: “My God! It’s Xander Valentine! We’ve not seen him in months!”

Lyman: “And Adam was the one who took him out!”

Cruze steps towards the ring, trying to get Xander’s attention. Xander berates Adam, saying something to him, before hoisting him up and dropping him with a violent chokeslam. The crowd erupts as Xander walks around the ring, fuelled fully on rage. He then turns and grabs Adam by his head and hair. He starts to pull him up. The crowd continues to cheer, now for Xander, enjoying his pure violence.

Cruze: “Xander! Stop it! Stop it or I’ll petition the board to void your Trios cash-in for next week!”

Xander stops and looks at Adam.

Cruze: “You want your revenge against Adam, put him down.”

Sharper: “What? Next week?!”

Xander continues to just glare at Adam before shoving him down. Adam rolls over, holding his lower back. Xander then looks up at Shaun Cruze as Shaun, at this point, has come to ringside. The crowd buzzes as Xander looks at them before walking over to the ropes and hooks them before pulling himself up and over and dropping down to the floor. He then looks in the ring. Cruze watches him as officials jog down to the ring. Adam rolls over in pain. The officials slide in and check on him. Xander walks around the ring to the entrance way. Shaun Cruze heads over to him as Xander looks back at Adam again. Adam looks over at Xander as Xander backs away, with Cruze’s urging as Breakdown fades to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

MOMENTS AGO:

We open up with a shot of Adam Allocco looking at the stage.

Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown. Moments ago, a stunning return to SCW!”

Stop! Stop!”

Lyman: “Xander Valentine returned, coming from the crowd, and assaulted Adam Allocco. Shaun Cruze’s urging stopping him from doing more than this chokeslam.”

Knots: “Adam never saw it coming. And then…it sounds like Xander Valentine is using his Trios Tournament contract against Adam Allocco!”

Xander continues to just glare at Adam before shoving him down. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

Breakdown returns live as we see Shaun Cruze and Xander Valentine talking backstage away from the tunnel.

Xander: “You know damn well what I want to do with him.”

Cruze: “I know-“

Xander: “And I’m using the contract I earned. So-“

Cruze: “Yes, but given that you just broke several edicts to come out there. Coming through the crowd for example. I’m pretty sure I can make it so that Trios contract is worth nothing to you and I know that’s what neither of us wants. You want Adam, you have to do one thing. The board signed off. I did too. While we were on hiatus. We understand this was personal to you. For what he did in February. It’s why we signed off on it for next week.”

Xander looks at Shaun and then looks off for a moment before turning back.

Xander: “The fact that you think this is solely about revenge for what he’s done to me….he’s done a lot of terrible things to me. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. And he made it clear – he’s still the same guy. Well, that guy has a lot of karma coming his way. And I will be that karma next week when I take his little historical win and make it one of the shortest title reigns in SCW history next week on Breakdown.”

Xander turns and heads off. Shaun Cruze turns and watches him go.

Cruze: “You have that next week. Only if your keep it together tonight! Xander?!”

Xander just waves at Cruze as he walks off.

The scene opens up to another part of the backstage area as we see Syren walking backstage. Jessica Winters is with her.

Winters: “Syren, can I get a –“

Syren: “Not now.”

Syren continues to head through the backstage area. Winters keeps following her.

Winters: “Where are you going?”

Syren ignores Jessica Winters as she continues down the hallway, the interviewer and cameraperson following. Syren then runs into the area we just saw. Syren looks around before turning and heading down the hallway.

Syren: “Hey! Shaun!”

Syren jogs down the hallway as Shaun Cruze turns. Syren approaches the SCW Commissioner.

Syren: “Xander’s back?”

Cruze: “He is-“

Syren: “Good! Give me him as soon as you can.”

Cruze: “Right now, I’m taking things a week at a time. Next week, unless he costs himself it, he will challenge for the World Title. His trios contract.”

Syren: “Then put me in after. I’m not having this slip through my hands again. Not after February. Not after a few months earlier. We wanted to face each other. We wanted to prove ourselves to one another. I want that match!”

Cruze: “Syren, I’ll do what I can. That’s all I’m willing to commit to right now.”

Syren: “Shaun…”

Cruze: “I know.”

Cruze heads off as Syren shows her frustration and turns away, quickly composing herself and turning around and seeing Jessica Winters.

Syren: “Answer your question? Should also answer any other questions you have about Rise to Greatness. As for Gavin…he wants a rematch, any time, any place.”

Syren turns and heads off.

The scene cut to ringside where Adam Sharper, Jonathan Knots and Simon Lyman are at the English announce position.

Sharper: “Welcome to ringside. A wild start here as we kick things off for a new season. Xander Valentine returning, cashing in his Trios Tournament contract, and Syren wanting Xander after.”

Lyman:” But you heard him. This is about more than revenge. What is he talking about?”

Sharper: “I don’t know. Maybe thinking Matt Hodges may be still around? I don’t know. Adam Allocco firmly broke with Hodges and Marshall. Neither have been seen in months too.”

Knots: “Either way, Adam Allocco is going to be having a bad time next week unless Xander Valentine does something stupid.”

Sharper: “Meanwhile, Allocco’s opponent at Rise to Greatness, the woman he won the World Title from, Selena Frost, coming off the end of her historic reign is facing off against someone else looking to rebound in Christy Matthews. They clash tonight.”

Lyman: “Autumn Valentine will face Polly Playtime. Kimberly Williams in action against The One.”

Knots: “Tag action too. And that’s just what we know!”

Autumn Valentine vs. Polly Playtime

A woman’s voice can be heard as the video screens display the words she's saying in unison.

"Lexy Chapel Proudly Presents"

"AUTUMN VALENTINE"

“Miss Nothing” by The Pretty Reckless hits the PA system as Autumn Valentine walks out onto the stage wearing a black jacket. Across her ring-gear we see the ‘Lexy Chapel Presents’ and ‘Chapel Show’ branding. She pauses on the stage for a moment before being joined by Lexy Chapel who starts pointing at her, and yelling at the fans to cheer for her. Around Lexy’s neck we see a lanyard which appears to be a manager’s license.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a fifteen minute time limit. First, introducing, hailing from Los Angeles, California, accompanied, and PROUDLY represented, by Lexy Chapel, this is AUTUMN VALENTINE!”

Autumn walks to the ring accompanied by Lexy. She skips up to the apron and jumps up before sliding off her jacket and letting it fall to the floor. She then runs at the turnbuckles, climbing up and throwing up her arms before looking to the camera confidently. She jumps from the outside of the ropes to inside of the ring, rolling back to her feet before walking the middle of the ring and dropping down into the splits. Lexy walks behind her, pointing down at her and still trying to get the fans to support her. Lexy holds a hand down to pull Autumn back to her feet as Autumn walks to the corner as the music fades out.

Sharper: “Autumn Valentine is now the former Adrenaline Champion. After such a big moment for her, she’s had it all taken away. In part because of the efforts of Datura, GiGi Aries and Alexis Quinne at Rise to Greatness, but also thanks to Sarah Wolf who attacked her the night before that title match.”

Lyman: “Thankfully she recovered, but Autumn, it’s been a month, but she can’t be particularly happy.”

Knots: “Oh excuses! Excuses! She wasn’t even pinned. That was Alexis Quinne! Datura making sure to send her the message.”

Sharper: “Prevented her from being as sharp as I think she wanted to be.”

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot and then the words “START GAME” show up on SCW’s Jumbotron.  A bunch of girls can be heard giggling before “C’est La Vie” by B*Witched begins to play.

The music plays for quite some time and it is not until it comes to the first chorus that Polly emerges from the backstage area wearing a frilly pink skirt and a very cute and fashionable strapless crop top that has black paw prints on it. She is carrying a personally made microphone, clearly wanting to make the world wait to see her. Colleen and Aisling walk out from behind wearing matching pantsuits. Polly heads to the ring as the crowd boos her. She reaches the ringside area. She walks up the steel steps and into the ring. Aisling and Collen walk around the ring. Polly hands over her personalized microphone to Jason Phillips and tells him to announce her using ONLY that microphone.  He looks at her and just shrugs before taking it.

Phillips: “Here she is ladies and gentlemen.  From Panguitch, Utah, she is the girl that just LOVES to play… Polly Playtiiiiime!”

Nicole just glares at both. Polly immediately snatches her microphone back away from him and nods, telling him “Good job,” before she heads to her assigned corner. It’s here that she begins to warm up for the upcoming matchup. Colleen and Aisling stand in her corner. Polly then turns around and informs them of what she wants them to do.

Sharper: “Meanwhile Polly Playtime with Aisling’s help won the Playgirls a World Tag Team Championship shot. You wonder if Colleen will be up for that or not. And we believe that match will take place at Apocalypse.”

Lyman: “Autumn able to do some scouting here. Depends on where her head is at.”

Knots: “Better than asking where Bear or Penguin’s heads are at. We know they’re still attached to their bodies!”

Autumn and Polly look at one another as the bell sounds. The two circle the ring. They then lunge and lock up in the middle of the ring, pushing back on one another. Autumn moves into an arm wrench. Polly winces. Autumn then wrenches the arm again. Polly winces and flips forward. She nips up and then wrenches Autumn’s arm. Autumn looks over and then rolls forward and then back before moving forward and pulling Polly into a fireman’s carry into a slam. She moves into a side headlock. Polly starts to get up. Both get up and Polly gets Autumn to the ropes. She fires her off. Polly steps up and goes for a clothesline, but Autumn somersaults under. She gets to her feet and stops. Polly turns around and Autumn jumps up and dropkicks her down. Polly rolls over to the ropes.

Sharper: “And Autumn with the dropkick. Right to the butt of the jaw of Polly Playtime.”

Lyman: “Right on target. Polly dropping back hard and quickly needing to get her bearings.”

Polly starts to pull herself up to her feet. Autumn walks over and forearms her in the jaw. Polly falls into the corner. Autumn forearms her again before whipping her across the ring. Polly hits the corner. Autumn runs after and Polly gets an elbow up. Autumn stumbles back. Polly runs out and Autumn lowers her head. Polly jumps up and backflips down her back. Autumn turns and Polly kicks her in the ribs before then hooks her up and hits a snap suplex. She floats over for the pin.

She then runs up them and instead of jumping back, she just jumps over and drops it on the top rope. Autumn turns back, wincing in pain, grabbing her arm. Polly smirks on the floor. She turns and slides into the ring. She then gets up and runs at Autumn who suddenly jumps up and hits a spinning heel kick to Polly’s jaw as she runs at her. The crowd cheers. Lexy jumps up and Autumn goes for the pin.

Sharper: “Oh! What a spinning heel kick! Polly getting a bit arrogant and got caught!”

Knots: “Autumn got all of that. Just tried for distance with Polly’s head!”

Polly kicks out. Polly rolls over and moves to the ropes as Autumn gets up and grabs her and pulls her up. She places her on the ropes and clubs her in the back over and over and over again. Sharper: “Polly fighting back. Using the brief distraction by Colleen on the floor and Polly drives herself into Autumn.”

Lyman: “Autumn showing she is giving some effs tonight.”

Knots: “Still pissed off. Well, get better! Come on!”

Polly grabs Autumn and snapmares her forward before she turns and runs into the ropes. She bounces off as Autumn sits up and Polly hits a running hip check to the side of her head. Polly smirks and spins around and goes for the pin.

Autumn kicks out. Polly rolls through. Both get up and Polly kicks her in the ribs. She hooks her up and goes for a vertical suplex, but Autumn spins through and lands behind her before hoisting her up and hitting a high angle back suplex.

Sharper: “Valentine staying with it. Suplex!”

Knots: “She got better!”

Sharper: “Autumn just using her momentum and making sure to get the most out of it!”

Polly Playtime rolls over and starts to get up and Autumn grabs her and pulls her back before hitting a Russian leg sweep. Autumn rolls through and exits to the apron. She climbs up to the top rope. She looks down at Polly and dives off with an elbow drop. She connects and turns and hooks the leg.

Polly gets her shoulder up. Autumn looks up and grabs Polly and then drags her away from the ropes, pushing down on the back of Polly’s knees, forcing her to kneel. Autumn then hits a shoot kick to the chest of Polly. The crowd ohs. She hits another shoot kick and then a third and a fourth. She steps back and goes for a fifth, this time aiming for the head, but Polly ducks. Autumn spins through. Polly then pops up and hits a jawbreaker. Autumn stumbles back to the ropes, bouncing off and Polly runs into the ropes, bouncing off and hitting the drive-by facebuster. Autumn rolls over. She stirs and Polly grabs her and kicks her in the ribs before following up with a bulldog. Autumn rolls to her back. Polly exits to the apron and Autumn stirs. Polly adjusts as Autumn gets up and Polly hits a Downplay. She rolls through and smirks before shaking her head. Autumn remains down in pain. Polly grabs her and pulls her up, setting up for the Polly Pop.

Sharper: “Polly going to end this fast. Not hesitating!”

Knots: “Polly Pop?”

Sharper: “No!”

Autumn counters with a back drop. Polly lands on her feet and Autumn runs into the ropes and Aisling goes to grab, but Autumn jumps to the middle rope and dives back, grabbing Polly’s head and spinning through into a tornado DDT! The crowd ohs. Lexy jumps up in cheers again. Autumn turns and crawls over and hooks the leg.

The crowd ohs. Polly then steps up and nods to Colleen and Aisling. Polly turns around and grabs Autumn as she gets up and then spins her down with a swinging neckbreaker. Polly goes for the pin.

Lexy turns her attention to the ring. Autumn gets her shoulder up. Polly looks up. She turns as Colleen and Aisling then reach under the ring and grab something. They lift it up, revealing it to be a serving tub filled with icewater. They then turn and grab it and turn and as Polly grabs Autumn and whips her into the ropes. Polly then goes low and Autumn falls to the ropes and into them, right by Lexy. Polly walks over and snaps at Lexy.

Lexy: “Come on Autumn! Get up and kick her ass. Show the conspiracy that NOTHING will keep you down! Not Sarah, not the Brand, not Pol-“

Before she can finish, Colleen and Aisling dump the contents of the serving tub on Lexy. Lexy slips and falls from the dousing. She looks around, stunned. Polly just smirks.

Polly: “All washed up, just like her!”

Sharper: “Colleen and Aisling just dumping icewater on Lexy!”

Knots: “Cooling her off!”

Sharper: “One of our serving tubs with water for the crew here and Polly Playtime playing her damn games!”

Lyman: “And Autumn saw it all!”

Lexy looks around as Polly then grabs Autumn and pulls her up by the head. Polly then forearms her in the jaw and then again. Autumn spins through to the apron. Polly walks around.

Polly: “How about you join her Autumn!”

Polly then runs at Autumn, but Autumn gets an elbow up. She glances at Lexy briefly before flipping into the ring and hitting the LexyCorp Lariat! The crowd ohs. Autumn turns and hooks the leg.

Autumn rolls off and turns and looks at Colleen and Aisling. They back away from Lexy as Lexy gets up, looking around, hair flipping back and forth, water flinging off.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Autumn Valentine!”

Sharper: “Autumn Valentine, incensed and motivated by Polly’s little game, and it backfires on Polly, but helps get the win for Autumn!”

Lyman: “And look at Lexy now. Defiantly standing up to them, standing wet, soaking!”

Knots: “That’s all well and good. But the Farmstead Friends going to have to get used to this games and Polly better turn it up a bit!”

Polly Playtime rolls over as Autumn turns and steps through the ropes. She looks at Colleen and Aisling, pushing them to come for her. Aisling just slides into the ring. Colleen looks at Autumn before then sliding in after and going over to check on Polly too. Autumn drops to the floor and Lexy hugs her before raising her arm. Autumn looks down at her, now soaking too, as the scene cuts away.

Backstage, we see Gavin Taylor talking to Ava St. Claire backstage. A crew member walks over to them.

Crew member: “Gavin, you’re up in a moment. You asked for in-ring time.”

Gavin: “I, what?”

Crew member: “You’ve got some time in the ring. With a mic?”

St. Claire: “I set it up. You had a huge win at Rise to Greatness. You defeated Syren in a classic. But uh, we didn’t see what happened tonight.”

Gavin: “Yeah, anything I was going to say. I have a few other things to consider.”

St. Claire turns to the crew member.

St. Claire: “Tell Cruze it’s my fault. But Gavin Taylor will…wait!”

St. Claire turns to Gavin.

St. Claire: “You’re turning down air time?!”

Gavin: “Yes, Ava. I’m coming off the biggest win of my career and I just saw an ally return and use his trios contract to maybe change everything. And I had some of my own ideas. Maybe right now…I should take this newfound maturity of mine and put it to good use. What I do next, it’s going to matter!”

St. Claire nods and turns back to the crew member.

St. Claire: “Tell Cruze it’s my fault. Gavin Taylor has other matters to tend to.”

The crew member sighs.

Crew member: “Okay…”

The crew member turns and heads off as Ava St. Claire turns to Gavin.

St. Claire: “You sure about this.”

Gavin: “I am…and I have someone to see.”

Gavin turns and heads off as the scene fades to black.

Breakdown returns as we see Jessica Winters standing with former SCW World Champion, Selena Frost and new SCW Underground Champion, Deanna Frost.

Winters: “Welcome back to Breakdown. I’m here with Selena Frost and Deanna Frost and Deanna, if you don’t mind, news tonight making it that I’d love to get Selena’s thoughts at this point. Selena, you’re no longer the World Champion. Adam Allocco defeating you. But immediately, earlier tonight, he didn’t even get a chance to really celebrate. Xander Valentine returning and we’ve found out that he’s using his Trios Tournament shot to challenge him for the World Title. You now know both men well.”

Selena looks down, pausing for a moment.

Selena: “On Adam – he won. He did as he said and yet, people can get on him for maybe taking a shortcut here or there, but ultimately, he beat me in the middle of the ring in a fair fight and we left it all out there at Rise to Greatness. As I said before, I would only shake his hand if I respected him. And he earned my respect in the ring. But he called this..”

Selena pauses.

Selena: “He said people would line up to face him because they’d want to kick his ass and it seems like Xander Valentine has a pretty good reason. He claims it’s more than what Adam did before he went to rehab, so I don’t know there. But ultimately, now it’s up to Adam to prove he is as good as he claimed. That his unfinished journey…that he can finish it. But I’ll be watching. Watching both. I know what both are capable of. Xander a bit more. And if Xander is going to go too far…I have no love lost for him and what he’s done to me…to my sister. And frankly, if he crosses a line, champion or not, I’ll be right there. As for Adam…he can have his run. He’s earned it if he can maintain it. Tonight, I focus on Christy Matthews and continuing to show what I am capable of…Believe it!”

The crowd cheers a bit as Jessica turns to Deanna Frost who proudly holds the SCW Underground Championship.

Winters: “Deanna, Rise to Greatness weekend was big for you. You won the Underground Championship. You competed in your way. Kimberly Williams already asking for a rematch. But this is an odd title for you. Something different. Does it feel odd?”

Deanna: “Why would it? Kim said a lot of things. If she’s next in line, I’ll face her again. If it’s someone else, I’ll be defending this title…with the integrity that Selena and I stand for. That integrity is competing to the highest level we can and putting on a show that the fans pay hard earned money to see. It may use weapons. It may just be fighting for survival. It’s all the same and all allowed in the Underground Division. I don’t need to use every weapon known to man. I don’t need to maim. I need to focus on winning against whatever is across from me. So it’s not odd at all. It’s just an amazing moment…and while we were both holding gold for only a moment, I hope it will be the start where I may hold some more. And I await what is next!”

Winters: “Thank you for your time and your comments. Back to ringside. Adam?”

The scene opens up at the announce position where Adam Sharper, Jonathan Knots and Simon Lyman sit.

Sharper: “Thanks Jessica. Interesting comments from Selena and straightforward ones from Deanna.”

Knots: “Yeah, well she better get ready. The chaos Deanna experienced at Rise to Greatness is just the start. Kim Williams will just do what she wants. She doesn’t care!”

Sharper: “Meanwhile, Selena giving Adam his opportunity to prove himself. That respect coming into play. We should note that Christy Matthews and Selena Frost will face later tonight in our main event. A huge match between former rivals.”

Lyman: “The question is what’s next for both. And we’re wondering what is next too.”

Sharper: “Gavin Taylor was to join us tonight at this moment. Was going to speak on his huge win against Syren. We also saw that Syren was going to say something about Gavin. But Xander Valentine’s return changing a lot here and we’re now wondering what to expect. We apologize. Requests for air time usually come up before and-“

As the sounds of “Running Up That Hill” begin to fill the air, blue and pink cotton candy colored lights swirl over the crowd before coming to swirl over the entrance ramp. A singular figure standing at the top of the ramp with their back towards the crowd. Their head is bowed slightly, but if you could see them, you could see the slight smirk on their lips. The crowd cheers in anticipation, clapping their hands along to the beat of the music.

Sharper: “Wait a minute…”

IT DOESN’T HURT ME. DO YOU WANNA’ FEEL HOW IT FEELS?

DO YOU WANT TO KNOW, KNOW THAT IT DOESN’T HURT ME?

DO YOU WANNA’ HEAR ABOUT THE DEAL I’M MAKING?

YOU, IT’S YOU AND ME.

Kate Bush’s vocals finally hit the air and the figure spins around just before the chorus hits. Clapping their hands as they run towards the right side of the ramp. The lights coming to life as Savannah Sunshine makes her presence known. Sporting a leather jacket with the words QUEEN OF CANDYLAND on the back of it, she’s in high spirits as she gets the crowd pumped. Rushing over towards the other side of the ramp before making her way towards the ring.

Sharper: “How about this?! Philadelphia’s own Savannah Sunshine is in SCW!”

Lyman: “Talk about a surprise! And talk about a hell of a change. Guess Savannah decided to take advantage of this opening!”

AND IF I ONLY COULD, I’D MAKE A DEAL WITH GOD.

AND I’D GET HIM TO SWAP OUR PLACES.

BE RUNNING UP THAT ROAD. BE RUNNING UP THAT HILL.

BE RUNNING UP THAT BUILDING. SAY, IF I ONLY COULD.

Savannah soaks up the cheers from the fans as she makes her way towards the ring, singing loudly along with the music. Her hands and arms stretching as wide as they could to touch hands with as many fans as possible. As she reaches the ring finally, she climbs up the steel steps and stops to wipe her boots on the apron, before climbing over the middle rope and into the ring. The fans are electric as Candyland’s Greatness Export does a little spin in the center of the ring.

Motioning for a microphone as the fans are going wild for their familiar hometown hero, Savannah can’t help the grin on her face. As she takes the microphone, her music dies down and she shakes her head slightly. The crowd slowly quiets as she brings the microphone towards her lips a moment later.

Savannah: “Good evening, SCW! How are we doing tonight?!”

The crowd roars in response and Savannah gives a little laugh.

Savannah: “Well, uh…there was a bit of time available here. Things changing and well, I figured I’d come out and say hi and I guess I’m due for a bit of an introduction. Though, a lot of you seem to already know who I am. So, I’ll get right to it. My name is Savannah Sunshine, THE Queen of Candyland and the sweetest wrestler around. I’ve been through a few companies in my time, so you might know me from previous promotions. However, I heard that SCW was the place to be and I simply could not pass up such an opportunity.”

The crowd chants S-C-DUB a few times and Savannah takes a moment to allow them to chant before continuing.

Savannah: “Annnnd, I also happen to be from the very heart of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania!”

The crowd erupts in cheers as Savannah stops briefly and smiles, looking around.

Savannah: “So, it was a given that I came out here tonight and introduced myself to my new home. Now, I know what you’re all thinking. Does Savannah Sunshine think she’s walking into a new place to be handed things on a silver platter? Well, I’m not that kind of person. I know how to make my mark and make an impact no matter where life tosses me.”

She pauses for a moment.

Savannah: “In fact, I have my work cut out for me with such a talented roster. I know I have to work my way from the bottom to the top and I’ve never had a problem doing so before. But, don’t get it twisted. I am no pushover either. I have my limits just as the rest of them. Tonight, I get to come out here and give you a little taste of who I am and how I work. I might have a super sweet name and look like an absolute angel. But, I can damn sure roll with the best of ‘em.”

The crowd gets fired up, cheering loudly in response to the woman inside the ring.

Savannah: “So, with that said… I am thrilled to be part of such a stunning roster. Though, I am also excited to find out just what’s in store for me when I get to show SCW just how talented I truly am. I’ve been through a lot in my career, and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. On that note, I’m going to shuffle myself out of the way so y’all can enjoy the rest of the show. Goodnight, SCW!”

Savannah’s music hits again and she makes her way out of the ring.

Sharper: “Savannah Sunshine stunning us by arriving here tonight.”

Knots: “The twentieth year of SCW and things just got sweeter!”

She drops down to the floor and walks along the barricade, highfiving fans along the way as she makes her way backstage. She stops at the top of the ramp, posing with a peace sign over her right eye, before stepping out of sight.

Sharper: “Savannah Sunshine debuting here and what else will we have. Jaina Lancaster backstage. Jaina?”

Jaina Lancaster stands backstage with Danny Darko at the interview area.

Jaina: “Thank you Adam. I’m here with Danny Darko and Danny, Rise to Greatness wasn’t the night you necessarily wanted, but you certainly held your own. But you also played a key role in the conclusion to the Double Jeopardy match. Was that intentional?”

Darko smirks a bit.

Darko: “Glory kept saying that I didn’t carry my way. Now she’s said she wants nothing to do with me. Likes to talk big on social media. Good for her. Well she now has her US Title match. Did I give her an assist? Sure looks like it. And for someone who didn’t do a whole lot, that was a hanger-on, well, Glory, the title match you wanted is thanks to me.”

Darko then shrugs.

Darko: “She can decide what she thinks about that. I’m going to focus on reminding the world what I can do in that ring, just as I started to at Rise to Greatness. The difference tonight…I plan to win.”

Jaina: “Thank you for your time Danny and good luck.”

Darko nods and heads off.

Jaina: “Breakdown returns with more wrestling action, after this!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we open up inside the LexyCorp locker room where we see Hairless Penguin in the corner, leaning back. Dancing Bear is a few feet from him. They’re both eying the door. In front of the door is the couch and various other furniture, the SCW Tag Team Champions have apparently barricaded themselves in their locker room.

Penguin: “Okay…we survived-“

Bear: “Speak for yourself. I also became the most beautiful black bear fireball ever!”

Penguin: “We survived, okay! We’re still champions. I’m not dead. You’re not dead. And we’re save here.”

Bear: “If anyone can get in….”

Before Bear can even finish his thought, the door opens, apparently opening outward. Lexy Chapel sticks her head in. She then looks down. She’s still soaked.

Chapel: “What the hell?”

Chapel then climbs over the couch. She nearly falls over.

Chapel: “You blocked me out! After what happened out there! No…no…you’re just concerned. Everyone is coming for us. Everyone! Sarah Wolf, SCW, the Russians, those stupid Playgirls, PITTSBURGH! I HATE PITTSBURGH.”

Penguin: “Don’t remind me…”

Bear: “Okay, so our barricade didn’t work-“

Chapel: “You need to get it back up though. Just in case. Make you’re safe…and Autumn…I need to find her. And…”

Chapel then remembers she’s soaking wet.

Chapel: “And the damn Playgirls! Okay, they’re coming for your titles. You know that, I know that. We’re going to beat them at their own game! They want to play games. We’ll PLAY GAMES!”

Chapel turns to Penguin and Bear.

Chapel: “Got it!”

Penguin: “Uh…sure…but what do you mean?”

Bear: “Well not Monopoly. Screw that-“

Chapel: “I mean what they did to me. Getting me all wet! And it wasn’t even fun! No…we’re going to fight fire with fire.”

Penguin: “But I thought they got you wet!”

Chapel: “I know! Just…figure something out. We’re going to take the fight to them. We were too passive, too defensive. The Happy Farmstead is a place for doers! Where people reach their dreams and we’re going to show it! So get cracking. Next week, the Playgirls will not know WHAT hit them!”

Chapel smiles before she turns around.

Chapel: “Now where is Autumn?!”

Chapel then turns and climbs clumsily over the couch and exits the locker room, closing the door behind her. Penguin and Bear turn to one another.

Bear: “What the hell kinda games do we play with girls, bro?”

Penguin: “I don’t know?!”

Bear: “Aren’t you hitched?”

The scene cuts away.

Crystal Zdunich vs. Danny Darko

The entire arena fades to black as we are left in nothing but darkness. All of a sudden Crystal's voice can be heard all throughout the speaker systems.

“YOUR SMILE MAKES MY HEART EXPLODE... THANK YOU FOR WAKING ME UP!!!!”

As soon as that is said explosions can be heard going off as we are treated to some flame pyros.

“Smile Bomb” by 17thekid plays across the speakers and it is at that moment when Crystal Zdunich walks from the curtains.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a ten minute time limit. Introducing first, from Los Angeles, California, she is The Burning Rose, Crystal Zdunich!”

Crystal takes a brief look around the crowd before focusing and starting to make her way down the ramp.

Sharper: “Crystal Zdunich making her way to the ring, looking to get a hot start on SCW’s new season, if you will.”

Lyman: “Came up short in that Television Championship match during Rise to Greatness weekend, also losing out on the Adrenaline Championship contendership, but she has a chance to bounce back here against another competitor who couldn’t secure a title shot at our big event.”

Knots: “A win for either one of them here could get them back on the track to gold!”

Crystal runs up the stairs and walks to the middle of the apron. She flicks her hair before she drops down into a split that gains the pop of the entire crowd. She slides into the ring and as soon as she is inside she kips up to her feet. She tosses her Shoto inspired hoodie towards the corner and begins stretching as her music fades.

The opening chords of “Guilty All The Same” by Linkin Park begin playing throughout the arena while at the same time every light shuts off.

“Tell us all again

What you think we should be

What the answers are

What it is we can't see

Tell us all again

How to do what you say

How to fall in line

How there's no other way

But oh, we all know”

After the last verse when the chorus kicks in, the next round of heavy guitars, bass, drums and screaming begin ringing out throughout the arena at full force while right red flames shoot off from each side of the stage and Danny Darko slowly saunters down to the ring with a sinister and intense look on his face.

Phillips: “And her opponent, from Portland, Oregon, he is ‘Devious’ Danny Darko!”

He nods his head to acknowledge the always raucous responses from the live crowd and starts to head down the ramp.

Sharper: “Already heard from Darko tonight, letting Glory Braddock know that as much as she claimed that he was riding her coattails, she might not have won the contendership to the United States Championship at Rise to Greatness without him.”

Knots: “Who’s mooching off who now?!”

Lyman: “Regardless, those two can talk as much as they want, but Danny’s going to have to prove himself through his actions here tonight by getting through Crystal Zdunich.”

Once Darko steps into the ring he walks to the middle of the ring and stands there for a few seconds before bright red flames shoot out from each of the ringposts. Once the flames are finished, he climbs each corner of the ring and raises his right fist in the air and yells out to the crowd to pump them up. He steps down and leans in the corner as his music fades out. In the opposite corner, Crystal finishes stretching and nods. The two step forward, heading to the center of the ring.

Sharper: “Here we go, two competitors who—”

Suddenly, “Die Another Day” by Dance Gavin Dance begins to play throughout the arena. The crowd roars as “CALVAN GREENE” pops up on the screen. After a few moments, Calvan Greene runs out from the back before stopping at the stage. He raises his arms up and nods emphatically with the crowd happy with the acknowledgement. Crystal, Darko, and the referee all look at each other in confusion as Calvan struts down the ramp.

Knots: “What the hell is this?!”

Lyman: “Calvan Greene!”

Knots: “I know who it is, but why?!”

Sharper: “We saw him at Rise to Greatness, coming up short in the battle royale. As far as I know, he’s not scheduled to be part of this match, but he’s here, for some reason.”

Reaching the bottom of the ramp, Calvan slides in under the bottom rope before running past the referee while giving him two thumbs up. He jumps up onto the turnbuckle before removing his shades and throwing them into the crowd. Removing his classic fur coat in a rather provocative manner he proceeds to toss it at ringside where it completely covers up one of the Spanish announcers. He points out at the crowd and winks before jumping down and leaning into the turnbuckle in anticipation—of what, exactly? Only he knows. The referee walks over to him as Crystal and Darko continue to look around in confusion. Calvan just nods at the referee and flashes another thumbs up.

Calvan: “Yep! Ready to go!”

The referee tries to explain, but Calvan gets into the zone and ignores everything around him except Crystal and Darko. His laser focus is easily interrupted when he looks around the crowd as they break out into a “Calvan!” chant.

Sharper: “I don’t know why, but it seems Calvan Greene thinks he’s booked here.”

Lyman: “And the Philly crowd loves it!”

Knots: “Well, much like Calvan, nobody ever touted the intelligence of Philadelphia. What on earth is he doing?! Calvan!”

Knots whistles, trying to get Calvan’s attention.

Knots: “Calvan! You’re not booked, you idiot!”

Again, Knots whistles, louder this time. At the sound of the whistle, Calvan perks up and suddenly charges by the referee and flies at Crystal, nailing her with a spinning wheel kick! The crowd roars as Crystal stumbles back and falls through the ropes, to the outside.

Sharper: “Oh, and Calvan Greene, drilling Crystal! She was still trying to process just what the hell is happening here!”

Lyman: “I think Calvan thought your whistle was the bell, Jon!”

Knots: “Don’t blame me for his stupidity!”

Calvan kips up and poses for the crowd, getting a chorus of cheers in return. The referee again tries to get his attention, but to no avail. Darko shrugs and runs at Calvan. Calvan turns just in time to see him coming. Darko goes for a clothesline, but Calvan ducks it by bending backwards, smoothly returning to a vertical base to another pop from the crowd as Darko stumbles into the ropes.

Sharper: “Official match or not, Calvan Greene showing the same impressive athleticism as he did a decade ago!”

Calvan turns and runs at Darko, knocking him back into the ropes with a strong forearm. He drives his knee into Darko’s gut, doubling him over. Calvan grabs Darko and hooks him for a suplex. He hoists him up, but instead of falling back, he crotches Darko onto the top rope! Darko groans and gingerly tries to remove himself from the rope, but Calvan reacts quickly by jumping to the opposite set of ropes and launching himself back towards Darko with a springboard roundhouse kick! The crowd roars as Darko falls to the mat. Calvan quickly crawls over and hooks both legs with authority.

Sharper: “Calvan with the cover!”

Knots: “Why?!”

The crowd starts to count, but Calvan looks up to see that the referee isn’t counting. He quickly gets up and stomps at Darko, sending him rolling onto the apron. Calvan gets in the referee’s face.

Calvan: “You trying to screw me over or something?!”

Before the referee can begin to explain for the fourth time, Crystal suddenly slides back into the ring and hops onto Calvan’s back, locking in a sleeper hold.

Lyman: “Crystal getting back into it now!”

Knots: “Why are these people playing along?!”

Sharper: “I think they’re just defending themselves, Jon!”

Calvan staggers back and tries to get Crystal off by slamming her into the corner. Crystal holds on. Calvan stumbles forward and reaches back, getting a hold of Crystal’s hair. Crystal cries out as Calvan pulls Crystal over his head, slamming her onto the mat. Crystal goes to get up, but Calvan hits the ropes and rebounds with a beautiful shining wizard, sending Crystal right back down. Calvan spins back to his feet and looks around at the cheering crowd while excitedly pointing down at Crystal. He steps closer to her before spinning and dropping down onto her with a breakdance leg drop! He quickly transitions into the cover.

Sharper: “Another cover!”

The crowd counts once again, but the referee pulls Calvan off before leaning in and muttering something inaudible. From the top of the ramp, we see several SCW officials jogging down the ramp.

Knots: “Finally, the calvary!”

Lyman: “And I think realization is settling in for Calvan Greene.”

The referee continues to talk to Calvan, who notices the group of officials suddenly storming the ring. As soon as he finally puts everything together, his arms are hooked by two of the officials. He doesn’t resist as he’s being restrained.

Calvan: “Sorry, guys! My bad! I thought—”

The officials swarm him and begin forcefully carrying him out of the ring. The crowd boos. The referee bends down to check on Crystal, who sits up while holding her head and looking at the entire scene in confusion.

Sharper: “Calvan getting the message, but not after inadvertently sending one of his own, apparently! That being, ‘I’m back!’”

Crystal gets to her feet as the referee jogs over to Darko, who’s just getting up onto the apron. The two exchange words as Darko points at Calvan as he’s carried up the ramp by the officials. The referee shakes his head and signals to the timekeeper.

Lyman: “And it looks like the match has been called off. These two will have to wait a little longer to prove themselves in this new season, as you called it!”

Knots: “And something tells me that they’d love to prove themselves by kicking Calvan Green’s ass next time out!”

At the top of the ramp, Calvan smiles as another “Calvan!” chant breaks out. He continues to smile as he’s dragged through the curtain.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as Jessica Winters is shown on camera in front of the SCW interview area.

Winters: “Fans, welcome back to Breakdown. I’m Jessica Winters and we start a big night at Rise to Greatness. One individual who was in their fair share of moments, but also controversy is the former Underground Champion, Kimberly Williams. It was not the weekend she wanted. She lost the Underground Championship to Deanna Frost on the pre-show and later was involved in the chaotic World Tag Team Championship match where the Farmstead Friends retained. There are also many who believe she was wrestling for Marie Jones in the battle royal, supported by the fact that she was late to the tag title match. Now I-“

Winters turns and stops as Angelica Jones walks into view. The crowd roars.

Winters: “Angelica Jones? We’ve not seen you in SCW in a long time. What are you doing here? I’m supposed to have an interview with Kimberly Williams.”

Jones: “And you’ll have it with me instead. For I am going to represent her. See, it’s been long enough where people have made assumptions of who and what she stands for. Just because she goes to the beat of her own drum, she’s seen as not taking it seriously. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. And instead, people make assumptions while she’s forced to compete in two major matches in one weekend. Of course she wasn’t at her best. Especially in the type of matches she competes in. No one would be.”

Winters: “With all due respect, Angelica. The reason she was double booked was she was getting involved in both of their issues. Taunting Deanna Frost and in helping Sarah Wolf with her attacks on the Friends.”

Jones: “Sometimes people need to be saved from themselves. Instead, our commissioner engaged in a personal decision to try and teach Kim a lesson she didn’t need to have. That’s why I’m here. I’ll make sure everyone understands how serious Kim is about her professional wrestling career. I’ll deal with Shaun Cruze. And Kim can focus where we’d all like her to…on doing whatever she wants to out there.”

Jones points off camera, presumably to the tunnel. Jones then turns and walks off. The camera follows her as we cut back to ringside.

A panning shot of the crowd is shown.

Sharper: “Angelica Jones returning and standing on behalf of Kimberly Williams.”

Knots: “Just as delusional. Kim Williams has no one to blame but herself!”

Sharper: “Angelica Jones disagrees and I think Shaun Cruze…will he see this as a positive? As a negative?”

Lyman: “That’s up to him.”

Sharper: “Meanwhile…”

RISE TO GREATNESS XIX:

The RTG XIX logo comes up on the screen. We then see stills of key moments in the SCW Adrenaline Championship match. We see Aries stopping Datura from pinning her opponent, before cutting to a still of Alexis attempting her Ditzy Tour on Aries only to be thrown into Datura who hits a bridging Dragon suplex.

Sharper: “At Rise to Greatness, a lot of history was made. One place where this was the case was in the Adrenaline Championship match.”

Lyman: “Autumn Valentine was not at one hundred percent. But she came hard, as did Alexis Quinne, who hoped to get Datura to act on her own. GiGi Aries however was actively coaching.”

Knots: “And he succeeded! Leading her to greatness. That’s right! Datura is the Adrenaline Champion and all thanks to the Holly Adams Brand, trademarked, and the Haus of Nirvana!”

We see Autumn run at Aries who scoops her up onto his shoulders and drops her with an inverted Samoan drop. This is followed by a shot of Autumn attempting a Shiranui on Alexis Quinne only for her to throw her over the top rope and onto Datura and Aries on the floor. Alexis Quinne hitting the Quinnessential Dream is shown from multiple angles. Then, we cut to see Aries powerbombing Datura down while she holds onto Quinne from the corner, Autumn holding on. We then see Autumn hitting the double stomp to Aries before cutting to showing the Pink Whisper on Aries. Shots of Autumn hitting the AVW Lariat on Quinne before showing Datura hitting the Altar on Autumn follow before we see Datura covering Quinne. The RTG XIX logo comes up on the screen.

The lights fade down, and the ramp is cast with a heavy backlight. The acoustic guitar of Royal and the Serpent’s “Happier in Hell” begins.

“I’m afraid of medication but I think I should be on it.
I keep trying meditation but if I’m being honest
Doing anything that’s good for me makes me want to vomit.
I’m sorry for the mess I made I’ll clean it in the morning.”

From the light, the silhouette of Datura appears on the ramp. Her head is down, and her arms extend outward, her hands dancing to the rhythm of the music. As it goes on, Datura trudges down the ramp, basking in the light, holding the SCW Adrenaline Championship.

“I don’t need your help you can keep the
Gary Vees and Ted Talks to yourself.
I’m glad it’s going well but
I’ve been to heaven. It’s happier in Hell.”

When Datura gets close to the ring, she gets a running start and slides underneath the bottom rope before immediately making her way to the corner. She climbs up onto the turnbuckle and sits with her back to the ring, screaming the words of the song to the audience.

Sharper: “And there you see the new Adrenaline Champion. Finally, after so long, Datura is holding SCW gold!”

Knots: “Thanks to GiGi Aries and Holly Adams! The greatest life coaching money can buy!”

"Maybe you're not sad enough. Maybe I should suck it up.
I'm an imposter. I'm a fraud. Most days I'm a devil
Today I'm a god. Maybe you're not sad enough.
Or maybe I should give it up."

As the second verse begins, Datura leans back and places herself in the tree of woe position, glaring across the ring with her arms crossed over her chest. After hanging there for several moments, the places her hands down on the mat and kicks off the turnbuckle. Spinning toward the center of the ring, she extends her arms outward. She then starts to stand up. She walks over to the corner, grabbing a microphone waiting for her. She then walks back over to the middle of the ring. She then stops and looks around as the Philadelphia crowd cheers for her.

Sharper: “Datura has been on cloud nine. A lot of pride in this moment.”

Lyman: “Well not only that, but she also pinned Alexis Quinne. She took a shot at her intentionally I’m sure. She had a choice.”

Sharper: “And I’ll be curious if Alexis Quinne has anything to say about that.”

Datura looks around the arena as the crowd cheers for her some more. Datura remains in the moment, listening to the crowd who cheers her. She then looks down at the SCW Adrenaline Championship and lets out a smile. She then places the title over her shoulder and looks out at the crowd, slowly bringing the microphone to her mouth. Just as she does though, she’s cut off.

IT'S EXPENSIVE TO BE ME-EH-EH-EH!!

LOOKIN' THIS GOOD DON'T COME FOR FREE-EH-EH-EH!!!

The intro from "W Face," by Kumi Koda quickly fades out as "XXPENSIVE," By Erika Jayne kicks in full force around the arena as the stage comes into focus. Holly Adams steps up onto the stage, spinning into place at the top of the ramp, behind her a gaggle of men in black shirts reading, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills crew," holding TV cameras come running out capturing everything. Holly poses with her hand on her hip and her other hand high in the air as she pageant waves to the booing crowd. The camera men start directing Holly who continues to pose at the top of the ramp. GiGi Aries walks out and joins Holly, pointing to the ring and applauding Datura. Samuel Davis and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, holding her Television Championship, follow.

Sharper: “Looks like we’re not going to hear from Datura yet. Can’t do that. Holly Adams wants the spotlight!”

Knots: “Hey! She’s out here for support! Datura looked tentative!”

Lyman: “How about let her have this moment? She’s finally won SCW gold!”

Holly starts to head down to the ring, continuing her pageant wave, with a large smile on her face as the crowd continues to jeer, the camera men following closely behind her. She stops halfway down the ramp and puts both hands on her chest thanking a fan for their "adoration," for her. She smiles before continuing down the ramp. She walks to the other side of the ramp, pretending to put her hands out to high five and immediately pulls them away and goes back to pageant waving. Some men from the camera crew can be heard shouting to each other over the music that they'll edit that into a high five in post. GiGi keeps focused on the ring while Joseph proudly holds her title as Samuel Davis keeps eying it. Holly then reaches the ring, walking up the steel steps. She then walks along the apron and steps into the ring. She walks over to Datura and extends her arms. Datura looks at her a bit uncertain before Holly wraps her arms around her, hugging her in the ring. GiGi Aries is next into the ring and Holly talks to Datura before taking the microphone from her. GiGi walks over and talks to Datura as Datura looks at Holly. Samuel and Joseph follow next. The Housewives crew settles at ringside.

Adams: “A big congratulations to one of the successful examples of the strength of the Holly Adams Brand…your NEW SCW Adrenaline Champion….Datura!”

The crowd cheers as Datura looks around, enjoying the reaction. Holly looks around as the crowd starts to boo her.

Adams: “See, tonight, it’s a night of general celebration. Datura, thanks to the efforts of GiGi and I, is now finally no longer a failure. She is a champion. Holding a title that I personally dignified and made what it is today!”

The crowd boos.

Adams: “Samuel and Holly was Robbed are your JOINT Television Champions, because we don’t break people down here in the Brand. We bring them together and together, they are one!”

Sharper: “Holly was Robbed? Did she change her name now?”

Lyman: “Hell of a name. Guess Joseph…or Holly was Robbed- Clamidiya, she’s just now whatever Holly needs her to be.”

Adams turns back to Holly was Robbed.

Adams: “And by the way, Holly was Robbed, making sure that we would be able to overcome matters if Datura wasn’t up to it at Rise to Greatness. Really a great job there. Removing the extra pressure, something Datura didn’t do well with, and instead allowing her to take GiGi’s teachings to heart. To become the new banner client of the Holly Adams Brand, trademarked. To showcase to her so-called friend that WE have her best interests at heart. Did you know that, Datura?”

Holly Adams walks over to Datura.

Adams: “She wanted you to fail. Probably because she wanted to hold the title herself. But we, we care about you.”

The fans start to get restless as a “Let her speak!” chant begins. Holly stops and looks up, hearing this. She then scoffs.

Adams: “Are you idiots here in Philly that stupid? I am speaking!”

Holly Adams turns to the corner.

Adams: “Is this microphone working?”

The crew member affirms this as Holly shakes her head as the boos come from all over.

Adams: “Hey! Open your ears! You know what, that’s the problem. While some people stopped doing so and showed that sooooo clearly at Rise to Greatness, Datura, Samuel and Holly was Robbed all listened! They listened to GiGi and myself as we try to help others. And for only a handful of easy payments of $29.95…depending on what services of course. But…You know what, Alexis Quinne…maybe that’s what you need to do. Listen. Listen to your friend. Listen to us. You want to be a champion, maybe we can get you there. Are you willing to maim yourself? If not, GiGi can help you get there and you can become Underground Champion. Prove that not only redheads can hold it. Fight for brunette equality! And that’s with our help. Because let’s face it…if Datura can win a title in 2022 with our help, we can help anyone!”

The crowd boos. The boos continue before we hear a “Datura!” chant start to echo throughout the arena. Holly just smiles. She turns to Datura.

Adams: “See Datura! They actually like you. You had nothing before you came to me and now…they see you as a hero. And SCW fans, we can do that for you too. Allow-“

The opening strum of Rage Against the Machine's Calm Like a Bomb plays. White house lights illuminate the ramp.

Feel the funk blast
Feel the funk blast
FEEL THE FUNK BLAST

The song kicks it. The house lights turn blue, red, green, etc. Alexis Quinne walks out through the curtains. She looks down at the ring.

Sharper: “And looks like Alexis Quinne has heard enough.”

Knots: “She should heard more! Wait! Maybe she’s going to take Holly up on her offer!”

Holly turns to the entrance way. Quinne looks at the ring, shaking her head.

Adams: “Alexis! You heard everything. Did you bring your chequebook? Wait…do people use chequebooks? You know what, Alexis. It’s great you’re out here. I think however I should allow GiGi to speak on what we can offer you.”

Adams turns to go to hand the microphone to GiGi. GiGi takes it as Datura walks over and says something to GiGi but GiGi calms her down. GiGi goes to speak but Alexis Quinne cuts him off.

Quinne: “GiGi! I don’t really care what you have to say. I care what the woman standing next to you has to say. No….not you Holly. You, Datura!”

The crowd roars. Datura looks around as Holly shakes her head. GiGi Aries holds his hand up.

GiGi: “Good things come to those who wait and frankly Datura needs to savour this moment. She could come out here and speak to everyone. She already said enough. She should enjoy this moment as long as she can. Because that’s what we are about here…ensuring people not only find success but maintain it. You could be a flash in the pan like Autumn. You could be someone who had one good run, Alexis. But we want people to have sustained success.”

Quinne: “And yet you backhand compliment her, Samuel and Clamidiya-“

GiGi: “Now you’re just being disrespectful. Samuel…get the sage. We need to cleanse this space.”

Datura looks around before turning to GiGi and saying something. GiGi again waves her off as Samuel walks over, handing GiGi some sage. GiGi pulls out a lighter and lights it. He starts to walk around the ring.

Sharper: “Datura keeps wanting to tell something to GiGi.”

Lyman: “She did pin Quinne at Rise to Greatness. Might have something to do with that.”

Quinne: “Keep doing your saging. The only negative energy around here is you.”

GiGi continues to sage the ring as Holly takes the microphone from him.

Holly: “Alexis…please. We’re professionals. And for now, we’re done our pitch. Consider yourself turned down for any future consultation. Samuel…write it down…that guy who was with us, Cidnay and you, Alexis. You’re too far gone and frankly, you insult Datura daily with your presence-“

Just then, the crowd roars as we see walking out from the back, not with any music, Bree Lancaster. Quinne glances back and sees her as Lancaster steps forward and stands next to Quinne. Datura’s attention quickly turns to the stage and Bree. Bree just looks down as Holly shakes her head.

Sharper: “Bree Lancaster! We saw her at Rise to Greatness! I guess she was backstage tonight too!”

Holly: “No! No…we’re not going there either. Puttyface! There’s no chance. We can’t help you.”

Holly turns to the crowd as they keep cheering for Bree Lancaster. Datura keeps her eyes on her as Holly appeals to the crowd.

Holly: “But for all of you here in Philadelphia, if you’re willing to listen…and pay those easy payments of $29.95, the amount dependant on what you need from us…well…”

Holly turns and hands the microphone to GiGi who steps up.

GiGi: “FIND REFUGE IN THE HAÜS OF NIRVANA!”

The crowd boos. Holly takes the microphone back.

Holly: “And the Holly Adams Brand…trademarked!”

Holly turns to the crew, bringing the microphone down, motioning to the Housewives Crew. They start to move around as Bree keeps her eyes on Datura. Datura looks at her before having her attention turned away from her by GiGi. Quinne turns to Bree and says something to her. Bree nods before they head back.

Sharper: “Bree Lancaster getting Datura’s attention. Quinne and Lancaster talking while Holly Adams and GiGi Aries say on message.”

Knots: “Damn right. They don’t need to deal with those two! The success speaks for itself!”

Lyman: “Guess that’s why Datura didn’t get a word in!”

Sharper: “And outside of a shot about Cid, Holly Adams seems to do what she does…forget and ignore. And never learn!”

Knots: “Why should she learn? Look at the success in that ring!”

Holly Adams keeps directing the camera crew as GiGi keeps Datura’s focus. Samuel and Holly was Robbed hang out in the background. Bree Lancaster and Alexis Quinne return to the back as the scene cuts away.

Backstage, we see a shot of Gavin Taylor talking to Xander Valentine backstage. The crowd roars.

Gavin: “How are you?”

Xander: “I’m fine.”

Gavin: “You’ve not exactly been in touch. I had to convince Ducky you’re not dead. Now Ducky…just…I thought we had something.”

Xander: “We did. And then I got injured. And now that jackass is the World Champion.”

Gavin: “Look, you could’ve told us-“

Xander: “No…because there are some thing about this that are more than just what he did to me. Adam Allocco deserves the swiftest, most violent form of karma one can provide. And as SCW’s executioner, I will provide it. And no offense, Gavin…I don’t need an All-Star or a child when I do it.”

Gavin nods.

Gavin: “Nice…”

Xander: “Just where my headspace is. Congrats on the win against Syren.”

Gavin: “Yeah…”

Gavin Taylor turns and heads off as Xander watches him walk off and then turns around and punches the wall.

Kimberly Williams vs. The One

The arena goes dark, and slowly smoke begins to rise from the entry way.  "Battle Cry" by Little V begins to play over the PA system...

I hear the Battle Cry

Under the Devil's Sky

The One Winged Angel Screams

It fuels my Hopes and Dreams

The Best Bout Machine

ARE YOU READY FOR THIS?

With the stinger of the song hitting, an explosion and pyrotechnics hit, cuing the spotlights to hit, and standing in the entry way is The One with her back turned to the audience, head down, and her right hand up in the air with the number one in the air.  She turns at the waist, looking directly at the ring, and slowly lowers her hand, finger still extended, to point to her destination.  She fully turns and begins her walk to the ring, quickly, but methodically, occasionally slowly down to look around, not necessarily trusting anyone around her to not come rush her and attack her.

As she reaches the ring, she again looks over both shoulders, taking glimpses of the fans, and assuring her safety before entering.  She makes a full lap of the ring, walking, and staring at everyone at ringside, and occasionally looking toward the upper decks.  As she feels the situation is comfortable and safe, she walks to the corner facing the ramp, extending both hands and pointing with one finger toward the entryway, and then turning both palms up and making the motion with both hands to "bring it."  She then slumps into the corner, sitting on the mat, and awaiting her opponent to enter the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, hailing from Your Worst Possible Nightmare…she is…The One!”

The lights go out, except for a single spotlight at the top of the stage. The opening chords to “Patient Number 9” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play.  A haunting voice is heard…

"Is there a way out of here?"

"Hey, how long you been here?"

"I wanna go home"

"Hey, hahaha"

"Hahaha"

"Excuse me, could you tell how to get out of here?"

"Hahaha"

"I want to go home"

"Hahaha"

"Mommy, mommy"

The song begins to rage full bore now.  Suddenly the lights come back on and Kimberly Williams is standing at the top of the stage to a loud, mostly positive, reaction from the fans.  A sinister smirk is on her face as she ponders what she is about to do tonight.  She winks at the fans before pointing towards the ring and making a beeline towards it.  She slides into the ring underneath the bottom rope.  Kimberly then poses in the center of the ring to another loud reaction from the fans.  The music slowly dies down and Kimberly goes to a corner to await the start of the match.

Phillips: “And her opponent, hailing from Boston, Massachusetts…she is…Kimberly Williams!”

The cameras show both competitors before showcasing the ref who calls for the bell. Kimberly and The One begin to circle one another before lunging forward and engaging in a tie up.

Simon: “This contest ladies and gents, has the former Underground Champion, Kimberly Williams taking on the One.”

Sharper: “One is coming off a win over Beard, while Kimberly is coming off losing the Underground title as well as coming up short in her bid to win the World Tag Team Championship.”

Knots: “I don’t know about you guys, but I feel like my money should be on the One.”

Sharper: “Kimberly ain’t no slouch, Knots. I know you’ve been critical of how serious is she. Maybe Angelica Jones will help. She’s proven she can hang with some of the absolute best the SCW has to offer.”

Knots: “Jones may help. But looks like that’s more about image. She’s not out here.”

Kimberly gains control, pulling the One into a side headlock. The One shoves her forward. Kimberly hits the ropes and gets taken down with a sidewalk slam. The One mounts Kimberly and begins hammering down with lefts and rights.

Sharper: “The One hammering away.”

Knots: “Like I said, my money is on The One.”

The One goes for a right, but Kimberly catches it, pulls her opponent down and headbutts The One. The One rolls off, as Kimberly gets to her feet. She pulls The One up. The One goes for a haymaker, but Kimberly blocks, then flips The One onto the mat, hooking in an armbar.

The One begins to scramble, trying to get out of the hold, but Kimberly wrenches back. The One is shown grinding her teeth, before planting her feet. Kimberly keeps the hold. The One halfway stands up, before dropping a punch to Kimberly’s face. Kimberly maintains the hold. The One gets back to her feet, then manages to drop another punch. Kimberly loosens her grip and the One hits a hammer fist, followed by a second, then a third. Kimberly manages to kick The One in the face, who stumbles away, as Kimberly is shown getting to her feet, shaking her head.

Sharper: “The One managing to break up the hold, raining down on Kimberly with stiff strikes.”

Lyman: “She did some damage, but you have to wonder how much damage Kimberly did to the arm.”

Kimberly charges over, clubbing The One in the back. She then spins her around, before Kimberly begins to land forearms to the side of the head. The One manages to shove her back, before charging and connecting with a running big boot, leveling Kimberly.

The One goes for the cover.

1!

2!

Kimberly kicks out!

Knots: The One must’ve scrambled Kimberly’s brain. She wasn’t supposed to kick out.”

Simon: “The former Underground Champion has proven time and time again that she can handle punishment unlike no other.”

Sharper: “Yes indeed. Can’t count her out just yet.”

The One gets up then pulls Kimberly up as well. She hits Kimberly with a forearm, then goes to whip across the ring, but Kimberly reverses, pulling The One into a short arm lariat, before connecting with another series of forearms. She hooks The One and delivers a snap suplex before going for a cover of her own.

1!

2!

The One kicks out! Kimberly Willima turns and mounts The One and nails her with repeated right hands. The crowd roars as The One covers up. Williams gets several more shots in before she gets up and walks around the ring.

Lyman: “She’s getting comfy.”

Sharper: “Kim will do what she wants, when she wants it.”

Knots: “Yeah, but we’ve seen the One just turn things around in a big way.”

The One stirs and starts to get up and Kim kicks her in the ribs and then forearms her before running her into the corner, driving her into the middle turnbuckle. The One winces and turns as Kim walks over and goes for a kick, but The One blocks it and then pushes her back. Kim rolls through. She gets up and The One runs at her and drills her with a clothesline. She turns and goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Kim kicks out. She rolls over and The One grabs her. She then elbows her in the back of the head and then again before going to whip her into the corner, but then pulling her back in. She grabs her by the chest and Kim blocks it, elbowing out of it. The One spins off and Kim then jumps up and hits a pump knee, drilling The One in the jaw. The One falls over to the ropes. Kim falls to a knee.

Sharper: “Kimberly Williams just able to fight back as the One looked to take her down.”

Knots: “Yeah and Kim maybe getting a bit surprised by this The One taking it to her. I told you. There’s a reason I’m picking her.”

Sharper: “Kim slowly getting up. The One recovering and wait! Wait! The crowd!”

As Kimberly gets to her feet, Sarah Wolf is shown climbing over the barricade and then running to the ring, sliding in. Kimberly doesn’t even turn around as Sarah Wolf runs over, pure rage in her eyes, and nails Kim, tackling her down. Kim covers up as Wolf mounts her back and clubs Kimberly in the back of the head. The referee immediately calls for the bell, but Wolf continues to hammer away at Kimberly with lefts and rights.

Simon: “Sarah Wolf out attacking Kimberly, robbing her and the fans of this match up just as it was getting going!”

Knots: “Wolf probably saved her from losing to The One. Let’s call it like it is. We’re all adults here.”

Sharper: “I’m not sure what match you were watching but this was damn even with Kim having the advantage. Clearly Sarah Wolf coming for blood after Rise to Greatness!”

The One is shown getting to her feet. She looks at Wolf as Wolf continues to pummel Kim with the Dolled Up. Kim rolls to her back, trying to cover up. The One takes a step or two towards them, only to stop. She smirks then steps back and drops, rolling out of the ring.

Sharper: “Is that respect? Is that something else? The One with more damn cryptic moves!”

Lyman: “And Wolf is still pummeling Kim. This is just like what she did against Penguin and Wolf. Just hammering away. Dolling up Kim!”

Wolf keeps getting shots in as Kim tries to fight a way to count. We see blood coming from the face of Kim from the strikes as Wolf then reaches down and tries to choke Kim. Kim laughs as she grabs the arms of Wolf. Kim even feigns kissing Wolf as Wolf just keeps leaning forward. The crowd looks on as bell sounds again. The One just calmly walks to the back. But as she does, we see from the back, Autumn Valentine bolting out from the back. The crowd erupts in cheers. Wolf looks up and turns as she sees Autumn. Wolf smirks as Autumn runs down. Kim however uses this to get the advantage and slides back and kicks Wolf back, sending her back across the ring. Kim slides back to the corner.

Sharper: “Here comes Autumn Valentine!”

Simon: “I’m sure she’s ready to settle a score from Rise to Greatness!”

Autumn slides back into the corner. Wolf gets up and turns as Autumn nails her with a clothesline. Wolf hits the mat and rolls to the apron and then to the floor. Autumn crawls after her to get her. Wolf then starts to slide back. She looks up at the ring. She then smirks as Autumn starts to get up. Kim, blood trickling down her face, just chuckles as she starts to pull herself up using the ropes.

Sharper: “Autumn with a hard clothesline. But Wolf getting out of the ring.”

Lyman: “The irony – just as Kim got involved in a lot, looks like Wolf may be picking up more than she bargained for!”

Knots: “Yeah, but Wolf…she’s focused. She’s single-minded. Chaos is not a strategy!”

Autumn then gets up and glances back at Kim. Kim then stands up and looks at her before looking at Wolf. Autumn glances at Wolf too before she turns to Kim. She says something. Kim shakes her head before she nails Autumn. Autumn nails her. The crowd erupts as Wolf then smiles and goes to slide into the ring. As she does, the crowd roars before we see officials rushing to the ring. They get in and stop Wolf from getting involved. Autumn and Kim get a few shots in before they push them apart. Autumn turns to Wolf and tries to go to her, but they stop her. Kim just watches as Wolf smiles as we then see the familiar black liquid start to drip out of her mouth. The scene slowly fades out.

Breakdown returns as we see Shaun Cruze talking to a crew member before he turns and smiles.

Cruze: “Well this is a surprise…”

Then, Aaron Rupp walks forward, extending his hand to Cruze. Cruze takes it and they shake hands. The crowd cheers for the former US and Tag Team Champion.

Rupp: “It was to me a bit too. But I figured I’d come here to Philly and ask something.”

Cruze: “Go ahead.”

Rupp: “You do hiring, firing, along with match making.”

Cruze: “Yes, I have authority.”

Rupp: “I’ve been thinking about Rise to Greatness. Now I don’t know if I have a few return in me…but I can’t stand by when that terrible person did what he did. And I hazard to think of what he’d have done if Robin and I didn’t step up.”

Cruze: “You’re talking about Ricky James?”

Rupp: “Damn right I am. And it’s been eating at me the last month. I can’t let him off. So I’m here because I want him in the ring where he has to deal with someone who can fight back and who will make him regret it-“

Cruze stops Rupp.

Cruze: “Aaron, I appreciate it. But right now, he’s been suspended.”

The crowd roars.

Rupp: “Oh…”

Cruze: “Look…allow me to take your contact info. Let’s talk some more. As for Ricky, he’s getting some of what he deserves.”

Rupp: “Well…okay…”

Cruze: “After me.”

Cruze ushers Rupp into his office as we cut away.

The first chords of "When Legends Rise" begins to play over the PA system. The crowd roars while some boo as we see Glory Braddock walk out from the back. She looks around the arena and smirks. She then steps forward and starts to head to the ring.

Sharper: “Glory Braddock stood tall in her match at Rise to Greatness. She got through Danny Darko. She got through Konrad Raab.”

Lyman: “But as Danny pointed out it, with the assist.”

Sharper: “And we’ll see it here…”

RISE TO GREATNESS XIX:

The RTG XIX logo comes up on the screen as stills from the end of the Double Jeopardy Match come up on the screen. We see a still of Glory Braddock snapping at Christy Matthews, leading to both officials holding Christy Matthews back as she holds Konrad Raab’s mace. We see a still of Darko hitting the Absolute Annihilation on Konrad Raab. We cut to show Glory hitting the Glorification on Raab before a still of her pinning him and then celebrating.

Lyman: “Christy Matthews incensed by Konrad Raab there. That led to the distraction and Danny Darko took his shot. Glory may have hit the Glorification after, but she took advantage without knowing that Darko basically won the match for her.”

The RTG XIX logo comes up on the screen.

Glory Braddock is now in the ring, microphone in her hand. She looks around and smirks as her music fades out. Glory walks around the ring, looking out at the crowd.

Braddock: “So here we are…a month after I walked into Rise to Greatness angry because of who was standing across the ring from me. And by the end, I went through three others and I’m now standing one step closer to where I should be.”

Braddock steps forward.

Braddock: “I heard your little speech Danny. Good for you. You’re not a waste of space. But I still lifted Raab up and I still drove him into the mat and I still earned my God damned US Title shot. And that is miles away from where you should be. So Danny, enjoy working your way up the card. One day you may be in my league, but damn it, I’m not going to be standing along side an anchor while I should be sailing across the proverbial ocean to greatness.”

The crowd boos a bit as Glory looks around. Some cheer though.

Braddock: “See, I remember standing in this ring, before I had to deal with Danny, and I said I was not done with the US Title. Well at Rise to Greatness, I went through the other person who I think deserved a shot in Christy Matthews…now while she can figure out how to get where I am…I’m turning my attention to someone else I owe some recompense too…right Josh?”

Braddock looks out at the main camera.

Braddock: “Looks like it’s you and me, Josh. And I remember all too well what happened at Holly-Wood of the South. You beat me. And Josh…I don’t like that. I don’t like when people beat me and well, we get a do-over. And it’s coming fast. Apocalypse…in less than a month. And while I can respect what you do in this ring….trust me, watching you beat Owen Lee. You can go. But that’s about all I respect from you-“

Hudson: “Well isn’t that great. I have your respect!”

Sharper: “And looks like Josh Hudson was listening.”

Knots: “I would hope so. Glory’s talking right to him!”

The crowd roars as Glory Braddock turns to the stage. A few moments pass before Josh Hudson walks out from the back, microphone in hand, SCW United States Championship around his waist.

Hudson: “Well good thing that’s the only place I give a damn. Because that little bastard Owen didn’t even have that and frankly, he’s still feeling what I did to him at Rise to Greatness. And now you step up again. You win another shot against me?”

Hudson smirks.

Braddock: “Damn right I did. And while it would’ve been nice to face Owen again with higher stakes, seeing if something breaks my way, I’m much more intrigued by whether you can go hold for hold with me!”

Hudson looks down, a bit surprised by why he said.

Braddock: “Yeah, you heard what I said.”

Hudson: “Well Glory, you have a few weeks to think about how much you’ll regret that. Because Glory, you may respect what I do in that ring, but I have one goal now…hold this title and break anyone who stands across from me.”

The crowd roars as a mixed reaction follow.

Hudson: “Because you may be the successor to the Braddock method and you may be some technical marvel, but damn it, I’m going to make sure EVERYONE puts some respect in their voice when they say my God damned name because I am the greatest technical wrestler in SCW history. PERIOD!”

The crowd roars. Braddock smirks.

Hudson: “And if you forget it…Well…”

Hudson points up as the crowd roars before booing. We see on the big screen a still of Josh Hudson locking the Hudson Stretch on Owen Lee in the ropes at Rise to Greatness. The crowd boos some more as Hudson smirks.

Hudson: “Keep it up there for a moment. Glory could use a hint of what awaits her if she wants this!”

Hudson unclips the SCW United States Championship from his waist and holds it up. Glory Braddock smirks. Hudson turns around as “Duality” by Slipknot plays throughout the arena. Hudson then turns and heads to the back, not looking back. Glory watches him leave as the camera cuts to the big screen.

Sharper: “Hudson and Braddock both full of confidence. Both damn good in that ring. Even if their attitudes leave a lot to be desired.”

Knots: “The only part of their attitude that matters – that they want to win!”

Lyman: “That may be true. But Braddock and Hudson both pride themselves of competing at a top level. And they will meet for the US Title.”

Knots: “Braddock can just study that photo though. Because Hudson may look to tie her into knots!”

Lyman: “Braddock may look to do the same to Hudson!”

The scene of Owen Lee locked in the Hudson Stretch in the ropes remains on the big screen as the camera slowly zooms in on it more and more as the scene then cuts away.

Jenni Anderson & Tsunami vs. Team Desire

The arena lights dim down and pink light shine on the stage. “Sweet but Psycho” by Ava Max plays as The Queen of Queens and Goddess of Desire Katie Steward steps out on the stage. She walks her beautiful white and gold religious ring robe that is popelike and spins around in a circle showing it off the crowd. Giovanna Steward follows behind her wearing her leather spiked “Brat Club” jacket and a black bandana covering the lower half of her face.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a fifteen minute time limit. First, from Los Angeles, California, accompanied by TJ Johnson, they are the team of Gigi and Katie Steward, Team Desire!”

TJ Johnson walks out onto the stage with Katie and the two nod to on another before Katie continues her walk to the ring with her arms out and his hands at shoulder length while Gigi follows behind. Katie walks around the ring and Gigi rolls under the bottom rope. Katie walks up the ring steps carefully and across the apron. TJ runs up after her and holds open the ropes for her to enter the ring. Katie walks to the center of the ring and she disrobes for the crowd. She shows off her wrestling attire. TJ takes her robe and exits the ring and Katie to her corner.

Sharper: “Things did not go as planned at Rise to Greatness weekend. Katie Steward and Gigi Steward came close, but Polly’s Playgirls succeeded in earning a World Tag Team Championship shot. But tonight, maybe next best thing.”

Lyman: “A win and momentum. You need wins to be in the conversation. And Katie and Gigi know that. Both very successful in the past. They just need to get it going.”

“MONEY

MONEY

MONEY MAKE HER SMILE…”

The chorus line to Bruno Mars’ “Money Make Her Smile” plays out over the crowd before the introductory organ plays out, leading into the full song. Jenni Anderson steps out from the back, confidently striding as she stands before the booing crowd, clad in her ring gear and a long fur coat. She lowers a pair of obscenely expensive sunglasses. She stops and looks around. Tsunami then appears on the ramp alongside Damron as “Open Up” by Korn explodes into the arena. Lester Damron then begins down the ramp with Tsumani close behind, ignoring the hostile, booing crowd who already don't like them. Jenni Anderson smirks as she walks to the ring too.

Phillips: “And their opponents, accompanied by Lester Damron, they are the team of Jenni Anderson and Tsunami!”

The crowd boos. Arriving at the ringside area Tsumani reaches and pulls himself up along the ropes before stepping over the top rope while Damron watches in the corner the entire time. Once at the foot of the ring, Jenni stands and instructs the referee to open the ropes for her, which undoubtedly happens. Climbing onto the apron, she moves through the ropes and into the ring.  Tsunami looks toward the referee briefly in an intimidating manner before going to his corner, receiving instruction from Damron until the match begins. Jenni meanwhiles lowers the coat down her back, looking out over the crowd as she removes her sunglasses entirely. She then sheds her entrance attire and passes them gracefully to the timekeeper - if anything ends up damaged, or one hair ends up out of place, she has the means to seek recompense for them… a fact she reminds the handler of her property. Michael Constantine stands in the ring as the official.

Sharper: “And across from them, Jenni Anderson is hoping that this is the win she wants. She wants to be champion. She is paying Tsunami to team with her.”

Knots: “It’s not had the success she’s wanted. Tsunami has done a lot of damage, but you need to win. And right now, Jenni is finding out money may not buy everything!”

The bell sounds and Jenni says something to Tsunami, allowing him to start. Katie and Gigi talk and Katie starts off for her team. Tsunami looks across as Katie watches him and then she runs forward and jumps up and forearms Tsunami in the jaw before nailing him again. She then goes for a third, but Tsunami catches her and shoves her back. Katie rolls back. Tsunami lunges forward and goes for a clothesline. Katie ducks and spins around. The crowd cheers her a bit as Katie jumps up and hits a dropkick. Tsunami falls back to the corner. Katie gets up and hits another dropkick. She then gets up and steps back to the middle of the ring and runs at Tsunami, but Tsunami runs out and clotheslines her down. The crowd ohs. Katie rolls over. Tsunami turns and watches her as Katie gets up only for Tsunami to grab her and headbutt her down. Katie rolls over.

Sharper: “Tsunami just using his size earlier. This Philadelphia crowd giving some respect to Katie though.”

Lyman: “She’s been around so long. She’s accomplished some great things. She’s always been full of herself-“

Knots: “Why Philly loves her!”

Katie starts to get up and Tsunami knees her in the ribs. He then whips her across the ring and into the ropes. Katie bounces off and Tsunami hoists Katie up, but Katie spins through and lands behind Tsunami. She then backs up and tags in Gigi. Katie runs forward and Tsunami shoulders her down. Gigi, however, climbs up to the top rope. Tsunami turns as Gigi jumps off and goes for a crossbody. Tsunami catches her. Katie fights up and dropkicks Gigi, knocking Tsunami back. Gigi stays on for the pin.

Tsunami kicks out. Katie exits. Gigi gets up. Tsunami turns and Gigi stomps him in the back once and then again. She grabs Tsunami. Tsunami lifts her up and throws her back. Gigi lands on her feet and then runs at Tsunami, but Tsunami scoops her up and then steps forward and hits a fallaway slam. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “And again. Gigi all over Tsunami. But you can’t counter someone who can hoist you up like you’re nothing and toss you across the ring.”

Lyman: “Nice looking fallaway slam. Tsunami keeps looking at Jenni. Jenni’s not calling for the tag though.”

Sharper: “We’ve seen this a lot. Jenni relying on Tsunami and choosing the right time to get in.”

Tsunami looks at Jenni. Jenni points at Gigi. Gigi starts to get up and Tsunami grabs her and whips her across the ring. Gigi bounces off and Tsunami hoists her up high in the air only to catch her on his shoulders and hit a vicious Samoan drop. The crowd ohs. Tsunami goes for the pin.

Katie breaks it up. Tsunami rolls off as Katie backs up. Jenni snaps at the referee. Constantine tells Katie to get out and stay on her a bit more as Tsunami grabs Gigi and throws her into his corner. Jenni catches her and then grabs her in the ropes and clubs her over and over and over again. The crowd boos. Constantine starts to turn and Jenni shoves her back and Tsunami spins her around and places her head between his legs.

Sharper: “Jenni Anderson finally getting involved.”

Knots: “Constantine making sure the rules are strictly applied for the Stewards.”

Sharper: “TJ Johnson isn’t pleased and Gigi may be in a bad way here.”

Tsunami hoists Gigi up and then hoists her up for an elevated powerbomb, but Gigi drops down behind Tsunami. She turns and nails Jenni with a hard forearm before turning back and dropkicking Tsunami. Tsunami remains on his feet and Gigi gets up and goes up and tries for a backstabber, but Tsunami shrugs her off. Gigi hits the mat and Tsunami turns and knees her in the ribs. Jenni now demands to be tagged in. Lester nods and Tsunami drags Gigi over to the corner. He tags in Jenni. The crowd boos as Jenni enters and nails Gigi with a kick to the ribs. Gigi falls to the ropes. Jenni nails her with repeated right hands as the crowd boos some more.

Sharper: “Anderson showing a mean streak. Repeated right hands.”

Lyman: “Clearly not happy about Gigi getting that shot in on her.”

Knots: “You wouldn’t be either!”

Sharper: “Gigi taking a lot of damage though. How much more can she take?”

Anderson then grabs Gigi and runs her into the neutral corner. Anderson kicks Gigi in the ribs once and then again and again. The referee counts.

Anderson steps back and walks around the ring. She then walks back over to Gigi and grabs her. She then scoops her up, but Gigi manages to backflips through. She then pushes Anderson into the Steward corner. Katie grabs Anderson and nails her with a couple of shots to the back of the head. Constantine reprimands Katie and counters. Gigi then runs at Anderson and knees her in the chest with a double knee. Gigi then throws Anderson down.

Sharper: “Gigi and Katie working together. Their teamwork doing wonders now.”

Lyman: “While Constantine is focused on Katie. Focus on Gigi and Jenni!”

Gigi then turns as Constantine steps back and Gigi tags in Katie. Katie enters and Anderson gets up. Katie kicks her in the ribs and forearms her again and then again before whipping her into the ropes. Anderson bounces off and Katie nails her with the Most Beautiful Superkick. The crowd cheers. Katie goes for the pin.

Tsunami breaks it up. The crowd boos. Katie rolls over. Tsunami then grabs her and pulls her up and nails her with a hard right. Katie falls over and down to the mat before rolling to the apron. She starts to get up and Tsunami grabs Jenni and helps her up as Jenni points to Gigi. Jenni then runs at Katie, but Katie shoulders her in the ribs. She then pulls her out to the apron. Tsunami turns and walks over to Gigi and just grabs her and hoists her up and over the top rope with a hip toss. Tsunami looks at Gigi as Katie turns and pulls Jenni up on the apron. Jenni nails Katie with a shot. Katie fires back. They trade blows as Tsunami turns and grabs Gigi. He then hoists her up over his head, but Gigi fights down and lands behind him before running at Tsunami and pushing him forward. Tsunami falls forward and hits a spear into both Katie and Jenni, knocking them both over the top rope to the floor. The crowd ohs as they both hit the mats.

Sharper: “Gigi trying to fight Tsunami. Tsunami sent into Anderson and Katie. Both hit hard!”

Lyman: “Both legal combatants are down.”

Knots: “Come on zebra! Count!”

Constantine looks around and Gigi then runs over and jumps up as Tsunami is on the ropes and Gigi hits a slingshot into the Nirvana on the middle rope. Tsunami rolls over, holding his throat. Gigi then leans on the apron. (1) Constantine looks around and counts. (2)

Katie grabs the ropes and starts to pull herself in. (10) Katie rolls in with Gigi helping at the last moment, but Constantine calls for the bell. The crowd boos.

Sharper: “Katie just counted out. Constantine counting her out controversially as she was about to get into the ring.”

Lyman: “Counted both teams out.”

Phillips: “Fans, as a result of a double countout, this match is a draw!”

The crowd boos. Jenni rolls over, looking up annoyed as Tsunami is helped up by Lester. Katie gets up as TJ Johnson enters the ring and confronts Constantine, clearly upset. Gigi enters too as Jenni turns away. She then looks at Lester and Tsunami before starting to get up, holding her ribs, and starts to head to the back. The crowd starts to chant “Bullshit!” over and over as Constantine tries to defend his decision first to TJ Johnson and then to Katie Steward.

Breakdown returns as we see Bree Lancaster talking to Jaina Lancaster backstage. Jaina then looks past her and points. Bree turns and looks back at Jaina.

Bree: “I think I should take this.”

Jaina: “Of course.”

Jaina heads off as Datura walks into view. Bree looks at her.

Bree: “Liz, you’re looking good. Congratulations.”

Datura: “Thanks. You too. I didn’t expect you to walk out.”

Bree: “Seems like you needed support.”

Datura looks down. Bree steps forward.

Bree: “Why are you with them? I know you’ve gone through things. But them? You had to see what I saw out there. What we all did? What Alexis has been saying for the last few months too.”

Datura: “Don’t bring Alexis into this. There’s a reason I pinned her.”

Bree nods.

Bree: “Okay, but Holly…GiGi?”

Datura: “I don’t know. Cid brought me in-“

Bree: “You know what I think about him.”

Datura: “Yeah, but he’s also the last competitor who really fired me up. And…maybe I needed the guidance. I needed someone to help. Not like I need the money. It’s just-“

Bree: “They’re snake oil salesmen. You know that. Holly made it all about her. You needed to listen?”

Datura: “Maybe they were saving me. Maybe I didn’t know what I was going to say. Maybe I’ve waited so long for this moment…I don’t know.”

Bree: “I do.”

Datura: “I appreciate that. But maybe…maybe you don’t. I should get back. They were giving the others a pep talk. Was able to slip out. They like us all to watch together to be a team.”

Datura turns and heads off.

Bree: “Wait-“

Datura however keeps moving on. Bree sighs. Bree then looks forward.

Bree: “Maybe then it’s a good thing that I’m going to be around and lot more.”

The crowd roars and cheers as Bree watches Datura leave and the scene fades to commercial.

Ace Sky vs. Samuel Davis

SCW Television Championship

A rocket drops from the bottom of the Tron to the stage and there is a countdown voice over from 5 which fans count down to the pod door opens Ace Sky walks out in an aviator jacket and his usual in ring attire, he salutes a peace sign and jogs down the aisle way high-fiving as many fans as possible on both sides then he dashes forward leaps upon the apron and flings himself in with a front flip followed by a series of three front handsprings and a rolling savate kick.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the SCW Television Championship. Introducing first, the challenger, from Houston, Texas, weighing in at one hundred sixty-five pounds, he is…Ace! Sky!”

“One Shining Moment” by Luther Vandross plays as the crowd roars a bit. A few moments pass before we see Samuel Davis, carrying the SCW Television Championship, walking out from the back with “Holly was Robbed” and GiGi Aries. Davis looks a bit nervous as GiGi begins to whisper something to Samuel who nods rapidly. GiGi Aries then proceeds to lead Samuel through a breathing exercise as they take a deep breath and slowly exhale a couple times. GiGi Aries checks on him as Samuel gives the ok to GiGi that he is good. They proceed toward the ring as “Holly was Robbed” hands out Haüs of Nirvana pamphlets to ringside fans. Samuel begins to get in the music as he runs around the ringside slapping hands of no one. He makes a lap before he climbs into the ring as GiGi joins him while “Holly was Robbed” continues handing pamphlets out. GiGi pulls out some sage and begins to sage Samuel who chokes on the sage and has a coughing fit, dropping the title for a brief moment before quickly picking it up.

Phillips: “And his opponent, representing Haüs of Nirvana, accompanied by “Holly was Robbed” and GiGi Aries…he is…one half of the Co-SCW Television Champions…he is…Samuel Davis!”

Samuel and Ace are shown standing in the ring, across from one another. The ref calls for the bell. Ace charges and Samuel dunks down, rolling out of the ring to the outside. He leans on the apron, looking at Gigi and “Holly was Robbed”, shaking his head. Gigi goes to shout a warning, but it’s too late as Ace hits a running baseball slide, sending Samuel into the barricade.

Simon: “The champion seemed like he wasn’t ready at all when Ace charged him. He tried getting out of dodge, but Ace sent him crashing into the barricade.”

Sharper: “The challenger is letting Samuel know that he’s got no choice but to fight.”

Knots: “Such disrespect. This man helped rid the SCW of Asher Hayes. He should be praised.”

Ace is shown climbing out onto the apron. He looks at Samuel before leaping off the apron, connecting with a moonsault. He and Samuel crash to the floor.

Simon: “If you want to praise something, praise the aerial abilities of one Ace Sky!”

Ace gets to his feet before lifting Samuel up and sending him into the apron. Ace follows up with a running splash. Samuel slumps to the floor. Ace lifts him up again and rolls him into the ring.  Before Ace can slide inside as well, “Holly was Robbed” rushes into the ring, checking on Samuel.

Simon: “What in the world is she doing?”

Knots: “Pretty sure it’s obvious she’s checking on the national treasure that is Samuel Davies.”

The ref begins to argue with “Holly was Robbed”. Ace begins to climb onto the apron, only for GiGi to climb out from underneath the ring and grabbing his leg, pulling Ace down, causing Ace to fall face first onto the apron, before GiGi climbs underneath the ring once again.

Sharper: “Well we all know what “Holly was Robbed” was doing.”

“Holly was Robbed” looks over at Ace, seeing that he is rolling on the outside floor, before climbing out of the ring herself, rejoining GiGi. Samuel is shown using the ropes to pull himself up, before the cameras cut to Ace, who is shown using the barricade to pull himself up. Samuel goes to the outside and hits Ace with a running shoulder tackle. Samuel overshoots however and goes over the barricade into the crowd.

Sharper: “A little overzealous on that one.”

Knots: “He still connected.”

GiGi and “Holly was Robbed” are shown rushing over to Samuel and Ace. Ace is shown pulling himself up by the ring apron once again. GiGi and “Holly was Robbed” are shown climbing over the barricade. Samuel is pulled to his feet by GiGi and “Holly was Robbed”, only for Ace to be shown charging, leaping onto the barricade, then flying off and connecting with a shooting star press. The crowd erupts as Ace gets to his feet.

He reaches down and pulls Samuel up before whipping him into the barricade, before charging and connecting with a running clothesline, as both men flip over the wall. The ref can be heard giving a ten count.

Ref: “7!”

Ace rolls Samuel into the ring before climbing to the top rope. Samuel is then shown barely climbing to his feet. Ace dives off the top rope, going for a spinning heel kick, but Samuel manages to dive out of the way. Ace lands on the mat, rolls, and springs to his feet. He turns around, only for Samuel to connect with a superkick. Ace staggers into the ropes and Samuel follows up with a punch, then a kick, followed by another punch. He looks out towards GiGi and “Holly was Robbed” who have returned to ringside, looking none too pleased.

Simon: “Why is Samuel looking at GiGi?”

Knots: “Guidance!”

GiGi can be heard yelling.

GiGi: “Hit him again! Go for the legs!”

Knots: “Told you so!”

Samuel goes for a kick, but Ace blocks it. Ace spins Samuel around, then lunges forward, taking him down with a clothesline.

Sharper: “A lot of good that did. The challenger back in control.”

Simon: “Oh wait! Here comes “Holly was Robbed”…again!”

“Holly was Robbed” can be seen rushing into the ring once again, checking on Samuel. Ace shakes his head and turns away, as the ref begins to fight with “Holly was Robbed”. GiGi is shown sliding into the ring as well, but Ace catches him, peppering him with punches until GiGi manages to hit him with a low blow. Ace drops to one knee, before GiGi grabs him and plants him with a double arm DDT.

Knots: “GiGi got him with the Third Eye, something the ref probably wishes he had.”

GiGi slides out on the ring, as does “Holly was Robbed” climbs out onto the apron as Samuel can be seen crawling over to Ace, draping an arm over him. The ref drops down and makes the count.

The ref calls for the bell as the crowd boos loudly. GiGi and “Holly was Robbed” get back into the ring, helping Samuel to his feet.

Phillips: “Here is your winner and still…one half of the Co-SCW Television Champions…Samuel! Davies!”

The crowd continues to boo as the Haus of Nirvana celebrate in the ring, with GiGi handing the belt to Samuel, who appears to be struggling to stand. The cameras cut over to Ace, who is being checked on by the ref.

Knots: “Get away from that idiot! Show the champion for crying out loud!”

Sharper: “There’s a high probability we would’ve had a new champion, had it not been for all that outside interference.”

Simon: “I’m with you there, Adam.”

Knots: “I have no clue what you two are talking about.”

The cameras cut to Haus of Nirvana, now exiting the ring and heading to the back, as the crowd continues to boo their celebration, before we cut to the back.

Backstage, Jaina Lancaster stands with Adam Allocco outside of his locker room.

Jaina: “Adam, I wanted to get a comment from you. Xander Valentine returning and we can confirm – he will, unless he attacks you tonight before the night is over, will face you next week, thanks to his Trios contract, for the SCW World Championship.”

Allocco: “No rest for the wicked then. And frankly, in one sense, I don’t blame him. I put him on the shelf. I derailed his hopes to hold the World Title. And I did say it’s time to see who wants to kick my ass. Too bad Xander that your Trios contract will be for not. Because karma…yeah, sorry Xander. I know as well as anyone. I helped bring you into this sport. And well, Xander, as I said, I have lot more planned for this title run and I don’t plan to let you cut it short over revenge. Instead, I’ll just do what I did to Selena…prove that while I may still be an asshole, I’ll at least kick ass where it matters instead of back here.”

Jaina: “That’s an interesting statement. But I should add that Xander has said multiple times tonight when we’ve seen him talking to others that this is more than just revenge for what you did to him. Do you have any idea of what he means by that?”

Adam looks at Jaina, before peering past her. He quickly snaps out of his trance and turns to Jaina.

Adam: “You’d have to ask Xander. Maybe after I retain the title…”

Adam nods and heads off.

Jaina: “Ah…thanks!”

The scene fades to black.

The camera cuts to the crowd where we see a group of red-shirted security walking in through one of the ground-level entrances. They line up in front of the fans for a moment and seem to be holding them back. Then the lights go out leaving the arena in complete darkness. The screen fills with images of Franklin D. Roosevelt’s inaugural address.

“So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is—”

There’s a record scratch before a deep voice fills the arena.

“INFAMOUS!”

The opening of “Open Your Eyes” by Guano Apes hits the PA system.

“Hide your face forever
Dream and search forever-ever-ever-ever”

The song gets stuck on the word and is then interrupted by the deep sound of the voice of Marilyn Manson.

“Just lay your head in daddy’s lap
You’re a bad girl!”

“Bad Girl” by Avril Lavigne hits the PA system as we cut to the stage where we see Ravyn Taylor walk out from the back. She looks around, looking particularly concerned. She walks out alone as she looks out at the crowd and starts to head down the rampway.

Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
DARK FANTASY

Ravyn Taylor walks down the rampway and over to the ring. She then walks up the steel steps.

Sharper: “Ravyn Taylor not coming from the crowd. Not coming with CHBK or Alexander Crowe.”

Lyman: “Not even playing to the crowd. It’s been over a month since we saw her unleash Luna and Luna was more than I think any of us figured would be.”

Knots: “It took officials, her partner, and security to stop her! And Ravyn is who did it!”

Ravyn Taylor walks along the apron, wiping her feet, before entering the ring. She walks across the ring, breaking from her usual actions and going to the corner and grabbing a microphone, left for her on the apron. She takes it and turns back to the middle of the ring. She stops and looks around, her music fading out. The crowd boos her as Ravyn Taylor looks around the arena.

Ravyn: “I’m out here because well…”

Ravyn stops for a moment.

Ravyn: “I’m out here because I owe a few people an apology.”

The crowd boos.

Sharper: “What?”

Knots: “Alright! Time to get affairs in order! The Apocalypse is here and I’m not talking about our next pay per view event!”

Ravyn: “I should’ve listened.”

Ravyn shakes her head.

Ravyn: “I should’ve listened. I’ve always been one to want to know. I devour knowledge. And thanks to my actions, I…Alex may never be the same. We’re still wondering if he’ll be able to see out of his left eye again. Xander has questioned if this is worth it with our children. I’ve attacked legends. I’ve ignored warnings. And I unleashed a force that is as unpredictable as I’ve ever seen!”

Ravyn pauses as the crowd cheers this. Ravyn looks around.

Ravyn: “While all of you welcome the destruction and chaotic energy she brings, I have realized first hand that some experiments should just never happen!”

Ravyn pauses again.

Ravyn: “As a result of my tinkering, I took a mildly irritating, but relatively harmless childlike personality and forced her to not only overcome another aggressive one, but to put in an unhinged one simply because I was bored. That’s what this all was. I was bored. There was no Uncle Roy. I know…I know. Many of you were too imbecilic to realize it.”

The crowd boos.

Ravyn: “But I saw Nicole and I saw someone I could play with. Test my interpretations of psychology. And I pushed buttons until I pushed too hard at Rise to Greatness. And I unleashed someone who is beyond anything else. And that’s on me. With consequences personally felt. Maybe not directly, but definitely to my immediate circle.”

Ravyn pauses again. She looks down as the crowd boos. A “Luna!” chant breaks out from the Philadelphia crowd.

Ravyn: “It’s for that reason…I must take responsibility and apologize for what I’ve unleashed on SCW. And as a result, I will no longer, in any capacity, deal with Nicole Kinneck and her personalities for the benefit of SCW.”

Sharper: “You’ve got to be kidding me. She unleashed her and now is moving on?”

Ravyn looks around.

Ravyn: “It’s clear I need to understand boundaries and this is what this is. One more time…especially to you Alex, I apologize…and to SCW…I will stay away from Nicole. You have my word…Quoth the Ravyn…nevermore!”

Ravyn brings the microphone down and looks down, showing disappointment in herself. The crowd boos some more as Ravyn turns and walks over and places the microphone in the middle of the ring. The crowd chants “Luna!” over and over as Ravyn turns and exits the ring. She drops down to the floor.

Sharper: “Ravyn Taylor claims to be being responsible and accountable…she’s just ducking what she’s unleashed!”

Knots: “Is that really the worst thing? What if she still does more to Nicole if she keeps going?”

Lyman: “I’d say better late than never, but we were all at ringside. We saw the chaos, the blood, the violence, the lunacy Luna unleashed and Ravyn Taylor made sure Luna would be unleashed for her stupid experiment!”

Sharper: “And we should note that CHBK is injured. Luna went for the eye. Maybe this is genuine remorse. I don’t know. Not what I expected here tonight.”

Ravyn Taylor turns away from the ring and walks up the rampway. She ignores the crowd as they keep chanting for Luna. Ravyn shakes her head as she then looks down. She continues to walk up the rampway and head to the back as the scene cuts away.

“The Old Me” plays as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. A still of Christy Matthews vs. Selena Frost follows.

Sharper: “As Ravyn Taylor comes to terms with what she’s done, next, a huge main event. Selena Frost faces Christy Matthews. The two longtime rivals meet again here on Breakdown next!”

The scene fades to black.

Selena Frost vs. Christy Matthews

The opening “King of the World” by Porcelain and the Tramps hits the PA system. The fans cheer as we cut to black. Spotlights highlight areas of the crowd. We cut to an area of the crowd where we see Christy walking through. Her fists are taped and she’s wearing a red ring jacket with red hood pulled up over her head.

...O R D E R O F C H A O S P R E S E N T S...

...C H R I S T Y M A T T H E W S...

Christy pauses, her head down for a moment before extending her arms in the mock crucifix pose. After a moment she starts walking to the ring. When she approaches ringside, she doesn’t even break stride, simply vaulting over the guardrail and toward the ring apron where she jumps up, quickly ascending the turnbuckles and extends her arms again in the mock crucifix pose.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall for TV Time remaining and is your main event of the evening! Introducing, from the City of Angels, this is Christy Matthews!”

She steps up onto the top turnbuckle and then jumps down to the ring, taking off her jacket and throwing it into the corner. She drops to her knees, extending her arms out again before collapsing back into a seated position in the corner.

Sharper: “Christy Matthews had two goals at Rise to Greatness. To beat Konrad Raab and to earn a US Title shot. She didn’t accomplished either and she’s not exactly in the mood for a friendly match.”

Lyman: “Indeed and Selena and Christy know each other well. They’ll leave a lot in the ring, but this could be a hard hitting one. Christy carries herself at a high level and at Rise to Greatness she fell short of that.”

BELIEVE IT!

The SCW Universe are on their feet as  “Kings and Queens” by Ava Max as plays throughout the arena, snow “falling” along the electronic floor and screens as, out from the back walks the Snow Queen, Selena Frost, taking in the crowd of the SCW Universe.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Nome, Alaska, she is the Snow Queen, Selena Frost!”

Slowly, Selena shifts her head, her sapphire eyes locked towards the ring as she lifts her front hand gracefully, extending it towards the ring, palm upward, her back arm lifted behind her to the sky. With a lift of her right foot, she suddenly slams it down into the ground, causing a crack like ice to form and sprint down the ramp and towards the ring!

Lowering her arms, the Winter’s Knight walks down the ramp, her steps leaving footprints in the “snow” under her feet. Reaching the ring, Selena goes up the steps and under the ropes to enter it. Once inside and in the center of the ring, she lifts her hand up to give a twirl as the lights form to make a massive snowflake under her. Stopping her spin and lowering her hand back down, towards the audience, once again palm upright, a smirk graces her lips, her other arm lifting to the sky once more. With a slam of her foot, Selena caused the snowflake at her feet to “crack” as the rampway did, the shards of ice streaking out to all four corners of the ring to shoot out blue sparkles of light as the lights return to normal.

Sharper: “Selena Frost meanwhile has made her thoughts known about the World Championship. She is going to allow Adam Allocco to have his moment. That could be cut short by Xander Valentine next week on this program.”

Knots: “That’s all well and good. But to even have the gall to say that, you need to keep winning. So Selena better rebound or else, just like we saw at Rise to Greatness, people may not be believing too much longer.”

Sharper: “And listen to this crowd.”

We cut to a wide shot of the ring as Christy looks across at Selena. Selena turns to her. The music no longer drowns out the crowd which is greeting Selena to similar chants that she met in Vegas, as “We Believe! No We Don’t!” echoes. Selena looks around and smirks as Christy remains focused on Selena. Aaron Demitra calls for the bell. The bell sounds.

Sharper: “And here we go. Selena Frost and Christy Matthews battling here on Breakdown in Philadelphia in our main event!”

Frost and Matthews circle the ring and then lock up in the middle. The crowd roars as they push back on one another. Frost starts to get the advantage, pushing Matthews back to the ropes. The crowd gives a mixed reaction before Matthews pushes back and pushes Frost into the corner. The crowd continues its mixed reaction. They keep fighting, each getting the better of the other briefly as they move along the ropes before Selena turns and spins Christy into the corner. She goes for a chop. Christy ducks and spins around and backs up. Selena stops and turns as the crowd roars. Christy motions to go again.

Sharper: “Selena getting the better there, but Christy getting out of there.”

Lyman: “And now saying to go again.”

Christy Matthews watches Selena Frost as Selena steps up and the two grapple again. They push back on one another. Selena again gets the advantage and pushes Christy back into the corner. Christy then manages to spin Selena in at the last moment. She pushes back as the official calls for the break.

Christy looks at him and then glances back at Selena as Raab starts to walk down to the ring.

Sharper: “What the hell is he doing here?”

Lyman: “Clearly getting Christy’s attention. Raab may have gotten the fall at Rise to Greatness, but I doubt that was enough. He wanted to spill her blood! He wanted to destroy her!”

Knots: “And he brought that mace at Rise to Greatness and now has it here tonight. And at Rise to Greatness, Christy touched it leading Raab to lose it!”

Raab heads to the ring as Christy turns to Selena and goes to keep her down with a strike. Selena rolls over as Christy turns around as Raab runs over and jumps on to the apron. Raab swings and hits the ropes with his mace. Demitra keeps pointing at him to get back. Selena gets up, concerned as she steps forward, presumably to help Christy, but the crowd erupts as we cut to a wide shot to see Ravyn Taylor now coming from the crowd.

Sharper: “What the hell? Ravyn Taylor is back out here!”

Lyman: “Now this makes sense. She’s moved on because she’s got other ideas!”

Sharper: “Look out! Look out!”

Ravyn slides into the ring and Selena turns only to walk into the Evolutionary Synthesis. Selena pops up and falls to the mat. Demitra notices the attack and calls for the bell. Christy Matthews turns and looks shocked as Ravyn turns and smiles at her. She then rolls to the floor.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via disqualification, Selena Frost!”

The crowd boos as Christy Matthews looks at Ravyn. Ravyn applauds her before mouthing “just as we drew it up!” Christy continues to respond with seeming confusion.

Sharper: “Ravyn Taylor just dropped Selena Frost. She’s gotten Christy disqualified.”

Lyman: “Ravyn’s acting like that’s the plan. Was that timed the way they wanted? Wait…is this Infamous working back together after nearly a year apart? What is going on?!”

Sharper: “The look on Christy’s face says otherwise.”

Knots: “Come on! This is Infamous. They’re playing every angle!”

Raab then again tries to get into the ring as Ravyn warns Christy. Ravyn turns and grabs a steel chair from under the ring and slides it into the ring. Selena turns, holding her jaw as Christy turns and grabs the chair, more for defense. Raab is then held back by officials who have now come to the ring. Christy continues to brandish the chair should Raab enter the ring. She then glances back to Ravyn who proudly climbs over the barricade and walks through the crowd. But as this happens, the camera cuts to the floor by the stage. A familiar face is now standing, looking on as the crowd starts to erupt in cheers.

Sharper: “My God! That’s James Evans! What the hell is he doing here?”

Knots: “And what’s he looking at?!”

Sharper: “What a night in Philly. SCW enters its twentieth year in operation. And next week, Xander Valentine challenges Adam Allocco for the SCW World Championship on this program. We’ll see you next week!”

James Evans continues to look at the ring as Christy keeps her attention on Raab. Selena stirs, rolling over in pain as Ravyn Taylor walks through the crowd and the scene fades to black…
