The FBI warning screen comes up on the screen for a few moments as the anticipation builds.

The SCW symbol again returns to the screen.

“The following is a presentation of Supreme Championship Wrestling, the leader in sports and entertainment in the world today.”

The scene then fades to black.

The scene opens up to a shot of Jake Starr looking at the SCW Championship in his hands. This is then countered with a shot of Thorn, from behind, leaning against a locker.

“It is the opportunity every competitor dreams of. The opportunity to finally show the world that they are the best...”

We then see a shot of Josh Hudson smirking in the stands of an empty arena, before turning to a shot of CHBK posing in the middle of the ring in an empty arena. Pyro goes off behind him.

“It is the opportunity that individuals hope to succeed in. To make history. To stand alone in their profession...”

We see a shot of Christian Savior nailing Shilo Valiant with a spear, before fading to a shot of Karnivale standing as a whole inside a circus tent, throwing various objects at each other.

“It is the chance to finally get what months of waiting has lead up to. It is the chance to prove that you belong where you sit...”

But then we see a shot of a barbed wire baseball bat, before then turning to a shot of a steel cage.

“But it cannot be all....”

We then see a shot of Thorn being attacked in the backstage area as Greg Cherry walks off, before we see a shot of Jake Starr leaving the ring at End of the Year Special, SCW Championship in his hand. We then see the shot of Thorn nodding and smiling at Jake Starr from the end of Breakdown.

“There comes the moment where something more is on the line. It isn’t just to prove that one is the best. It is to prove you stand alone...”

We see a shot of Josh Hudson locking in the reverse bearhug on CHBK and the blood coming up from inside CHBK. Sasha Drachewych throwing in the towel is shown before we see a shot of CHBK locking Hudson in the Katahatjme backstage at Body, Heart and Soul and Hudson struggling to get out.

“There has to be the moment where more than just respect is at stake. Anger. Vengeance. Payback.”

We see a shot of Savior smirking as we then see a shot of Shilo Valiant glaring at him, before fading to a shot of Gable Winchester kicking David Miller in the head from the February 17th edition of Breakdown, which is followed by David Helms and Bishop Steele slowly getting up as a bloody mess. This then fades back to a shot of CHBK and Josh Hudson before fading into a shot of Thorn and Jake Starr and finally a shot of the SCW World Championship.

“There has to be a time....for Retribution!”

The scene slowly reopens and we see a shot houses on fire, before turning to a shot of the steel cage and then turning and spinning around the picturesque view of a mountain in the distance before the Retribution logo comes up on the screen.

“And now....Supreme Championship Wrestling presents....Retribution!”

The shot moves right into the logo before opening up inside the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The crowd cheers as pyro shoots from the base of the entrance way, shooting repeatedly and loudly before firing off quickly in succession in the middle of the rampway and then finally around the big screen before the spotlights come out and start to circle the arena. The cameras pan the crowd, showing several fans and banners as we then hear Adam Sharper’s voice.

Sharper: “Welcome everyone to Las Vegas, Nevada. For once, what happens in Vegas won’t be staying in Vegas. Hello again, I’m Adam Sharper, alongside Jim Dawson and Jonathan Knots and tonight, we’re going to see Thorn finally get his opportunity to win the World Championship against his friend and stable partner, Jake Starr.”

Dawson: “This is the shot that Thorn has waited for his entire career. And it’s against a friend. Thorn may not be at one hundred percent thanks to the Two for One Special and the attack by Greg Cherry, but he’s going to be battling in that ring one way or another.”

Sharper: “And what about the huge thirty minute, ultimate submission. It has to end in those thirty minutes. If it doesn’t, they walk away. CHBK and Hudson meeting in that situation.”

Knots: “Yeah. And if you want to say high pressure situation, you’d be right. Hudson has wanted to make CHBK tap like a drum boy since October. This is his final chance and CHBK is going to do all he can to avoid it.”

Sharper: “But can he? Last time they met, it ended badly for the Heartbreaker.”

Knots: “Oh. It will again tonight.”

Dawson: “Four titles on the line tonight as well. Women’s Championship. US Championship. Adrenaline Championship and of course the World Championship.”

Sharper: “And speaking of the Adrenaline Championship, that’s what we’re kicking things off with. Let start things off!”

Aaron Rupp vs. Masquerade

SCW Adrenaline Championship

The guitar rifts bring the fans to their feet. The titantron shows several masks flying around before crashing into one another and making the word, Masquerade. We then see the man himself standing there posing. The camera does 360 around him while he looks up with his arms out slightly, palms turned out, his hands holding several different masks. The name he bears goes around him in the back ground, and suddenly there is a flash followed by clips of Masquerade beating people up in the ring and him laughing in gothic background while he tries on different masks, laughing out loud. These shots get faster as the music picks up. When the vocals start it goes back to utter black out and then the name ‘Masquerade’ flashes like a pulse.

We got the fire
Who’s got the matches?
Take a look around at the sea of masks.
Come one; Come all
Welcome to the grand ball
Where the strong run for cover and the weak stand tall.

The titantron shows more models like slow motion shots of the good looking yet deranged stranger as well as several clips of Karnivale celebrating with titles and victories. From the ramp, a pedestal opens and rising slowly as if in slow motion, with the wind blowing in his face, is Masquerade. His back is to the audience and his arms are out at different angles, holding several different masks. Behind him we see the fireworks go off showing an actual arrangement pattern in the shape of a mask. The fans, meanwhile, hold up their own masks. Masquerade holds his head down slightly while the wind blows. His vest is undone so the camera picks up his build along with the Adrenaline title on his waist. As he poses for the camera, he waits till he hears…

Welcome to the Masquerade

He turns slowly one eighty for the audience, before tossing his masks aside. They cause a few cool explosions when they land. Masquerade then walks down the ramp, waiting a second before running and sliding into the ring. He lies on his back and puts his hands up and lowers them over his face to take off his last mask.

I'm not afraid
I'm not ashamed
I'm not ok
Welcome to the Masquerade!

Masquerade kips up and slowly takes off his trench coat, tossing it out of the ring, and lets his vest fall a bit so he can show off. Removing the Adrenaline title, he hands it to the referee. He then does it up his vest and goes to rest on the turnbuckle, his legs up. While he waits for his opponent to enter the ring, he takes his mask and tosses it out to a lucky fan in the audience.

Welcome to the Masquerade!

Dawson: “Masquerade, one-half of the reigning Tag Team Champions alongside Shilo Valiant, making his first defense as the Adrenaline Champion against Aaron Rupp. Rupp was one of the superstars involved in that World Title Tournament, losing to Blake Mason in the first round; but his performance there, along with his passion in the Ten-Man Tag back at the “2-for-1 Special” earned him this incredible opportunity here tonight.”

Sharper: “Couldn’t have said it better myself, Jim. And this promises to be one hell of a match, given the difference in styles. Rupp is a solid, grounded and technical wrestler, while Masquerade is more of an iron-willed brawler with wings. Unorthodox, innovative and unpredictable. He is the ‘One Man Thrill Ride’ for a very good reason, as Rupp is about to find that out first hand tonight.”

"Hero" by Skillet begins to play as the lights dim, a lone spotlight shining down onto the middle of the stage as various other spotlights pan through the crowd, as though they're looking for someone. The Tron is showing various clips from all of Rupp's matches throughout his career. As the lyrics begin, a figure emerges from backstage and steps into the spotlight, his head hidden by the hood of an open sleeveless black leather trench coat that reaches down to the figure's ankles. All the other spotlights converge on the figure as he uses his right hand to push the hood off his head and, in one fluid motion, throw his arms out to the sides in a wingspan pose as all the lights come back on and green pyrotechnics explode behind him, just in time for the song to go into the chorus. Once the pyrotechnics cease, Rupp heads down to the ring with a focused and determined look on his face. He hops up onto the apron and enters the ring, removing the trench coat and tossing it out of the ring as he stands in his corner, arms folded across his chest as he waits for the bell to sound.

Sharper: “Rupp doesn’t look the least bit nervous about this match, and who can blame him? …two tremendous showings back-to-back, and that impressive win over Glacier to cap it off.”

Knots: “Big deal. I couldn’t care less if it was Aaron Rupp or Aaron Spelling. Long as someone’s kicking the clown’s ass, I’m all for ‘em.”

The referee calls for the bell and both men lock eyes while beginning to circle. Rupp lunges in with the lock up and wrestles for control, bringing his knees up into Masquerade’s gut before switching to a side headlock. Masquerade pushes him off into the ropes, and tries for a back elbow, but Rupp ducks underneath and stops. Turning around, he snaps a kick to Masquerade’s knee, then one to his gut before nailing a hard right hand. Masquerade answers back with a shot of his own, then a second and a third and a fourth. He then hits a knife-edged chop and a forearm shot to the side of Rupp’s head, knocking him back into the ropes. Masquerade whips Rupp to the far side and leaps up with a dropkick, catching Rupp on the chin. Masquerade pops to his feet and pulls Rupp up too, only to take him back down with a snap-mare, then hit a dropkick to the back of his head. Rolling away, Rupp gets to his feet and Masquerade meets him with another hard shot, then a knife-edged chop and a shoulder thrust that drives Rupp into the corner. Mounting the middle rope, Masquerade rains down punches with the crowd counting along, until Rupp manages to waistlock him and drop down with an inverted atomic drop. The crowd groans as Masquerade cups himself, giving Rupp the opening to grab his head and smash it into the top turnbuckle. Grabbing a handful of hair, Rupp does it again, before grabbing the champion around the waist and throwing him over with a release German suplex. Masquerade lands hard on the back of his shoulders before rolling over himself. Coming up on his knees, he staggers to his feet, but Rupp takes him down with another clothesline. Masquerade again pushes to his feet, but Rupp picks him up from behind and drops him down into a backbreaker.

Dawson: “Aaron Rupp off to a monumental start here in the early going. I don’t know if Masquerade has other things on his mind, but Rupp has been one step ahead from the get-go.”

Sharper: “Unloading some heavy offense in the early goings, that German suplex, plus the backbreaker; Masquerade is a tough, tough man, but that kind of punishment builds up on you.”

Pulling the champion to his feet, Rupp spins him around and lifts him up with a back suplex, dropping him down on the back of his neck again. Rolling to a knee, Rupp grabs one of Masquerade’s feet and starts to tie him up in an STF, but Masquerade quickly scrambles to the ropes, wrapping an arm around the bottom cable. The referee orders the break and Rupp drops the leg… then stomps down on the back of Masquerade’s head. Dragging him up, Rupp nails an elbow to the side of the head, then a knee to the ribs that bends Masquerade double. Hooking in a gut-wrench, Rupp throws him over with the suplex and floats through into the pin.

One!

Two!

Sharper: “Kick-out at the two-count. Masquerade taking some serious hits here, he needs to get his head back in the fight before Rupp takes it right off his shoulders.”

Knots: “It’s the fumes. All those paint fumes. He’s too buzzed to know what the hell he’s doing. I keep telling you those freaks are juiced up, but nobody listens to genius.”

Dawson: “No comment.”

Rupp pulls Masquerade to his feet, and then snaps him down with an arm drag. Dragging the champion up again, he spins through with an arm wrench and drives his shoulder into Masquerade’s back, knocking him forward into the ropes. Clutching his shoulder, Masquerade turns and barely ducks a discus elbow from Rupp. Rupp turns, and Masquerade catches him with a poke to the eyes, drawing a mixture of jeers and laughter from the fans. Shaking out the pain in his arm, he buries a right hand into the side of Rupp’s head, then stomps a kick into his knee, then snaps a high kick to the temple that leaves Rupp reeling. Hooking Rupp’s head, Masquerade leaps onto the middle rope and uses it to twist around into a tornado DDT, spiking Rupp on his head in the center of the ring. Rolling through, Masquerade leaps onto the far-side ropes and springs back with a moonsault leg drop across Rupp’s throat. Gasping for air, Rupp rolls away, but Masquerade kips to his feet and catches him again with a standing somersault senton. The crowds cheers, with a ‘Masquerade’ chant building in the back as the champion gets to his feet and pulls Rupp up as well. Single-hooking an arm, he drives Rupp’s face down into his knee, then uses the recoil to take him down with a Russian leg sweep. Back-rolling to his feet, he comes down with a double-stomp on Rupp’s forehead, causing the challenger to cry out in pain.

Knots: “Oh, come on! …get up you baby! …you’re getting your ass kicked by a CLOWN!”

Sharper: “That’s putting it mildly. Masquerade weathered the storm of Rupp’s opening offense, and now has a chance to repay the favor… something he obviously has every intention of doing.”

Dawson: “That speed was what got him the win against Greg Cherry on both occasions. No reason not to rely on it now, especially since Aaron Rupp is a far more dangerous grappler than the ‘Sensation’… though he’ll probably want to argue that.”

Knots: “Well, duh! …wouldn’t you argue with someone who tried spreading lies about you?”

Rupp rolls onto his stomach and starts to push up to his hands and knees, but Masquerade stomps on one of his hands, then stomps a kick to the side of his head, knocking him to the canvas. Reaching down, Masquerade pulls him up and lifts him onto his shoulders before spinning out into a flapjack face-buster, driving Rupp into the mat. Popping to his feet, Masquerade backs into the corner and jumps up to the second rope, measuring Rupp as he starts to stand before diving off with a flip-over stunner. Rupp’s body snaps with convulsions as he collapses to the mat and grabs at his jaw. Masquerade gets to his feet and takes a small bow as the chant of his name grows louder. Turning back to the challenger, he pulls Rupp to his feet and whips him into the ropes, looking to follow in with a spinning heel kick, but Rupp tucks into a roll, leaving Masquerade to crash to the canvas. Turning hard, Rupp waits for Masquerade to stumble back up to his feet before charging in and taking him down with a vicious STO. Grabbing the back of his head, Masquerade rolls away, kicking at the mat in pain before trying to get back to his feet. Coming in from behind, Rupp tries for a bulldog, but Masquerade shoves him off, sending him into the corner. Rupp’s legs slip through the ropes, causing him to straddle the post.

Knots: (Hysterical laughter) “Talk about a ‘Ruppture!’”

Dawson: “My God… I wouldn’t be surprised if he DID rupture something!”

Sharper: “Masquerade with a, well… maybe not a graceful counter, but an effective one nonetheless, and now Rupp is in a whole new world of hurt.”

Laughing at Rupp’s predicament, Masquerade mocks him by cupping his own crotch and hopping in place, drawing more laughter from the crowd. Pulling Rupp out of the corner, Masquerade sits him on the top rope and climbs up behind him before jumping onto his shoulders and driving him down with a reverse hurricanrana. Hitting the mat hard, Rupp arches in pain as Masquerade vaults to the top rope and turns, launching into the ‘Terminal Velocity’ swanton. Crashing down across Rupp’s ribs, Masquerade immediately turns and dives into the cover.

Th-NO!

Rupp manages to get his shoulder up at the last second. Stunned, Masquerade grabs the outstretched arm and hammer-locks it, pulling Rupp to his feet and shoving him into the ropes, driving his forearm into the small of Rupp’s back as he bounces off. Grabbing Rupp from behind, Masquerade lifts him up and drapes his feet on the top rope before dropping into a reverse DDT.

Dawson: “Masquerade still in firm control of this match… but Rupp still has plenty of fight left in him. That bad landing took its toll, as did that Swanton off the top, but he’s still hanging in.”

Sharper: “Rupp thrives on competition. There’s no way he’s going to stop until he flat out can’t stand up anymore… and even that might not be enough.”

Bringing Rupp to his knees, Masquerade hammers him with a right hand, then another, and another, and still another, leaving Rupp’s head bobbing on his shoulders. Backing into the ropes, Masquerade tries for a running kick, but Rupp catches the leg and stands up, pinning Masquerade’s leg against his chest and throwing him overhead with a captured suplex. A loud groan echoes from the champ’s throat as he smashes into the canvas. Rupp drops to a knee, heaving for breath and shaking the cobwebs out, while Masquerade slowly rolls to his knees. The crowd cheers for both men, with ‘Masquerade’ and ‘Rupp’ chants rippling through the arena as Rupp gets back to his feet first and comes up behind Masquerade. Turning him around, he snaps a kick to Masquerade’s thigh, then one to his gut before trying a dropkick. Dodging to the side, Masquerade comes in with another right hand, but Rupp blocks it and reverses into an arm-wrench. Masquerade spins out of it and into a hammer-lock, shoving Rupp towards the corner, but Rupp jumps onto the middle turnbuckle and back-flips over Masquerade’s head, catching him in an inverted headlock. Turning to face him, Masquerade tries to counter again, this time with a Northern Lights Suplex, but Rupp lands on his feet, leaving both men bridged. Both men shift their holds and wind up bringing the other down with stereo neck-breakers. Loud applause echoes through the crowd as both men roll away, holding their necks in pain. Masquerade gets to his feet first, using the ropes to pull himself up. Leaning against the ropes, he catches his breath.

Knots: “What the hell was all that?!”

Sharper: “Something new, that’s what! …Masquerade showing he’s got some technical skills of his own with that exchange!”

Dawson: “Both men have been nothing but impressive so far. I still don’t know who’s got the advantage. I would have thought Rupp, given your earlier comments about his grappling talents, but Masquerade just opened up a little clinic of his own right there.”

Turning around, Masquerade sees Rupp pulling himself up with the ropes. Coming in behind him, he drives a forearm into Rupp’s back, then another one into the back of his head, knocking him forward into the ropes. Pushing Rupp down onto the second rope, Masquerade runs to the far side and bounces off, looking for a leapfrog guillotine on Rupp’s back, but Rupp turns and digs his shoulder into the champ’s gut before lifting him up for a back body drop. Twisting in mid-air, Masquerade lands on the apron, but staggers a little. Turning around, Rupp sees him and tries for a right hand, but Masquerade blocks it, and then tries one of his own, that Rupp ducks. The punch turns Masquerade around, giving Rupp a chance to grab his head and drop down with a modified ‘Paralyzer’. After bringing the champ down onto his knees, Rupp lets go, causing the ropes to launch Masquerade off the apron. He smashes face-first into the guardrail before bouncing off onto the floor; causing the fans to jump to their feet with the chants of ‘Holy Shit!’

Sharper: “Jee-Zum Crow!”

Knots: “… did I honestly just hear you say that?”

Dawson: “Masquerade just went AIRBORN! …courtesy of that double-knee backbreaker, and a little help from the ring ropes. Did you hear the impact of his head off that steel railing?”

Sharper: “Oh yeah, his head’s gonna’ be ringin’ ‘till Christmas after that one.”

Knots: “Yeah, yeah. The clown’s finally dead. That’s great… back to you, Sharpie… what the hell did you say?!”

Lying on the mat, Rupp sucks in as much air as he can while the referee starts the ten count, watching as Masquerade slowly rolls onto his knees, and uses the guardrail to pull himself back up to his feet. Blood oozes from a gash in his forehead, staining the side of his face a gruesome red. Staggering over to the apron, he rolls under the bottom rope just as Rupp starts to get back to his feet as well. The crowd erupts as both men fight to their feet and come face to face. Rupp makes the first move, ducking to the side and shooting for a double-leg sweep, but Masquerade just knees him in the face and drives an elbow down into the back of his neck before shoving him back into the ropes. He tries for a clothesline, but Rupp ducks underneath and jumps onto the far ropes, springboard back with an enzuigiri that catches Masquerade right in the face. The champ collapses to the mat as Rupp pushes to his feet and stumbles over to the corner. Lifting himself onto the second rope, he steps up to the top and comes off with a diving elbow, burying the point into the center of Masquerade’s chest. Hooking the leg, he struggles to stack him up.

One!

Two!

Thre-NO!

Rolling off, Rupp stares up at the lights in shock as the crowd explodes, half of them cheering for the champ, the others arguing the count. Masquerade turns weakly onto his side, one hand clutching his chest as he crawls towards the ropes, using them to try and pull himself back up. At the other side, Rupp sits up enough to watch him, before rolling over onto his knees and forcing himself back up as well. Both men wobble on their feet, but come back to the center of the ring.

Dawson: “Adrenaline. Pure adrenaline. That’s the only thing keeping these two up anymore.”

Sharper: “That; and one hell of a lot of pride, Jim. This is what makes SCW the absolute best.”

Both men stare each other down, struggling for breath until Masquerade snaps in with a hard right hand, then a second, followed with a knife-edged chop and a stomping kick to the knee that forces Rupp down to onto one leg. Grabbing a handful of hair, Masquerade nails him with another shot, and then another, before pulling him up and whipping him to the ropes. As Rupp comes back, Masquerade scoops him up and spins him out with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Rupp screams in pain while arching his back, but Masquerade just turns him onto his stomach and sits low on his spine, grabbing both of Rupp’s hands and crossing them up with the ‘Straight Jacket’.

Knots: “Oh, for crying out loud… I thought this guy was some kind of wrestling superman! …then why is the clown winning?”

Dawson: “Masquerade with the cross-armed choke on Rupp. Weak as both men are, a submission victory is more than possible right now.”

Sharper: “Especially one like this. That’s a lot of pressure on Rupp’s back right there, and both men have been looking to cause some real spinal damage throughout this match. Rupp is in a bad, bad way right now… very bad.”

Gritting his teeth, Rupp fights through the agonizing pain as the referee kneels beside him, asking for the cue. Shaking his head, Rupp pulls with both arms, but Masquerade has a tight grip on his wrists, keeping his arms crossed in tight against his throat. Leaning back even further, the champion tells the referee to ask again, and again Rupp shakes his head in refusal. Squeezing his eyes shut, Rupp strains to pull a leg in underneath himself, fighting for any kind of leverage, but he starts to slump as he runs out of air. Smelling the blood in the water, Masquerade pulls back even more, keeping Rupp’s arms crushed up against his windpipe. Eyes drooping, Rupp struggles to get his leg underneath him again, and finally manages to do it. Willing himself up onto his knee, he tries to push Masquerade up, but Masquerade just jumps up and drops down across the small of Rupp’s back, causing him to slump back down again. Throughout the arena, the ‘Rupp’ and ‘Masquerade’ chants have picked back up again, growing louder each time they echo through the building. Pulling his other leg in underneath himself, Rupp starts to force himself to his feet.

Dawson: “He’s getting up?! …I do not believe what I’m seeing!”

Sharper: “I can’t believe what I’m HEARING! …the fans have no idea who deserves this more!”

As Rupp struggles back to his feet, Masquerade lifts a knee to the small of his back, using it to wrench back even harder on the ‘Straight Jacket’ choke. Yet again, Rupp tries to pull his arms free, but Masquerade’s grip is just too strong. Out of nowhere, Rupp suddenly jumps up and braces his feet on the top rope, before kicking off and forcing Masquerade down to the mat, while Rupp back-rolls over him and plants his feet. Now, the ‘Straight Jacket’ has Masquerade trapped under Rupp’s shoulders, leaving him pinned to the mat by his own submission hold!

Dawson: “Couter! …Counter! …the shoulders are down!”

One!

Two!

Three!

Sharper: “He did it! …He did it! …Aaron Rupp has just become the NEW SCW Adrenaline Champion! …And Lord Almighty, has he damn well earned it!”

Masquerade struggles to break the submission, but it’s too late. The bell sounds as “Hero” thunders through the speakers, but even the thrumming music is no match against the crescendo of cheers from the thousands of fans now on their feet, chanting both men’s names. Both Rupp and Masquerade struggle to their feet as the referee collects the Adrenaline Championship and hands it over to Rupp. Staring down at the golden plate, Rupp tears up, before raising the belt high over his head, prompting an even louder ovation from the crowd, if that’s possible. As Masquerade reaches his feet, he and Rupp stare down for a moment, before Rupp shoulders his new title, and extends his hand. Masquerade looks at it for a moment, before accepting the shake, as both men raise each other’s hands. Breaking away, Masquerade exits the ring and makes his way to the back, leaving Rupp alone as he continues to celebrate in the ring.

The scene opens backstage as we see CHBK walking through the backstage area in the Thomas & Mack Center. He looks a bit concerned as he walks through the area before walking over to an official with a clipboard. He walks over.

CHBK: “Hey Jim.”

Official: “Hey CHBK...What’s up?”

CHBK: “Did you make any changes to the order of the card? I thought that CHBK and I were going to be going on later in the evening. That’s what you told me earlier.”

Official: “Yeah. I was told to move the match up a bit. Something about getting things over and done with.”

CHBK turns away a bit confused.

CHBK: “That’s odd, because I didn’t make the call, and Sasha Drachewych isn’t here.”

Official: “Well neither of you passed the message on....”

CHBK just smirks and looks away.

CHBK: “Thanks Jim. You’ve been a big help.”

Official: “Don’t you want to know who-“

CHBK: “I’ve got an idea.”

Official: “Oh....okay....”

CHBK turns away, shaking his head as he walks down the hallway. The crowd roars a bit as we go to the interview area.

Cue the backstage area most notably where the SCW superstars stand as they get ready to enter the main stage. Standing in full view is Jessica Winters SCW’s plucky reporter and standing alongside her is Lucas Knight, but he’s not alone. Standing behind him is of course his wife Christy and his muscle Nathan Slade who looks like a beast. All focus though is on Lucas Knight as Jessica cut’s right to the chase.

Jessica Winters: ‘Lucas Knight, Monday night saw you compete with sixteen other individuals for Rachael Foxxs Underground Title. You of course failed to win that match and your opponent tonight did instead, then on breakdown you violently assaulted Marcus V Lopez after you had won...’

Knight is laughing confidently as the interviewer carries on.

Jessica Winters: ‘Then finally Fred Debonair accepted the open challenge you set on February Seventeenth, which leads me to my question. Are you feeling confident heading into this match with a man who for all accounts and purposes could well beat you?’

After that Luca’s laughter stops as he lowers his sunglasses to the bridge of his nose, as he now focuses his attention on Winters.

Lucas Knight: ‘Firstly let me just thank you toots for the wonderful trip down memory lane, I didn’t really need one but it’s good to see that there are some pissants around this company who pay attention to what goes on. But I don’t think I need to remind everyone why I did what I did to Lopez on Wednesday night.’

Knight now fully removes the glasses and handing them to Slade before continuing on.

Lucas Knight: ‘However what I intend on doing to that crack monkey Debonair in just a few minutes is something else entirely. For you see this has been irking me all week, that night at the two for one show was a travesty. Fred Debonair was just lucky, and tonight that luck runs out after I make a prime example out of him. By the time I’m through with him he’s going to wish he never called me kid, let alone accept the open challenge.

Jessica Winters: ‘If you do pick up the victory tonight, will you be looking to maybe set your sights on a future match for the Underground title?

Lucas just smirks at the question before looking at his wife then at Slade before refocusing his attention back to Jessica once more.

Lucas Knight: ‘It never was about the belt, but never say never. All I want to do is show that pissant and everyone else that one on one; there isn’t a soul in this company that can beat me. It started with that crack monkey Adam Riddick, then Marcus V, it now continues tonight with Fred Debonair as I turn his streak into a skid mark!

Knight then winks at Jessica before walking off screen with his wife and muscle shortly in tow, the three discussing some form of gameplan for the up and coming match.

Fred Debonair vs. Lucas Knight

Out go the lights with a flick of a switch causing everyone in attendance to wonder what's going to happen next, then without warning their thoughts were answered with a booming voice over the P.A System while Gasoline by Porcelain & the Tramps plays…

Don't get in my face
Don't invade my space
I'll put you in your place
I'll only tell you once
I'll never tell you twice
And this is me being nice

You cross me once and you'll see
It's like a match in gasoline
Gasoline

With the pyro erupting, the stage entrance lights up and pacing back and forth like a caged animal is a silhouette of a man with a hood drawn over their head. They then stop and in doing so the arenas lights illuminate once more and standing there motionless is Lucas Knight. Shortly After we see two more people step out from behind the curtain, Christy Matthews and Nathan Slade. Christy Has a mic tucked away in her back pocket for just a moment as she now removes it with a smile to the crowd.

Christy Matthews: Ladies and Gentleman, Hailing from Las Vegas, Nevada. He weighed in tonight at an incredible two-hundred and twenty-five pounds being accompanied to the ring by Nathan Slade and myself Christy Matthews… LUCAS KNIGHT!!

Knight throws his head back forcing the hood off extending his arms to soak up the atmosphere which is full of jeer’s and boo’s. Thel ook on Knights face says it all as all three descend the ramp towards the ring. When arriving at ringside Knight slides in under the bottom rope and scales the nearest turnbuckle only to remove his jacket and tossing it to the ground outside pointing at his wife with a grin before hopping down and testing the ropes as Nathan Slade Knight’s muscle stands by the ring watching the ramp like any form of security would..

Knots: Jesus Christ look at the size of that guy, he makes Debonair look like a lightweight and lets face it even I’m willing to admit the champion is no lightweight!

Sharper: I have to agree with you there, this new muscle of Lucas Knights is quite a sight.

Dawson: Even with that gorilla at ringside, Debonair has ten years of experience in this business, I don’t think Nathan Slade will be a problem in this match.

The lights in the arena begin to die down as red and blue spotlights resembling Police cars circle throughout the arena as sirens wail all around. Suddenly the key intro for "Empire State of Mind" begins to play as Fred Debonair steps out from behind the curtain, he holds his head up high and raises his arms nodding as the crowd roar with approval and chant his name.

Ring Announcer: Introducing his opponent, hailing from New York City, he weighed in tonight at two-hundred and seventy pounds… He is your current reigning SCW Underground Champion and King of Hardcore – FRED DEBONAIR!!!

He begins to walk down the aisle and stops halfway before throwing up his hands once more and sporadic pyro's blast through from left to right behind him, on the stage. He stalks toward the ring only to stop and look at Lucas Knight’s muscle who is staring right back at the Underground champion. In the ring Knight is motioning for his opponent to enter with which he does just that, the referee stopping Lucas from trying to gain any form of advantage with a cheap attack.

Sharper: Great judgment there by the official now allowing Lucas to get any cheap shots on Fred Debonair.

Knots: Knight doesn’t need cheap shots to gain an advantage; that was proven Wednesday night against Marcus V.

Dawson: True, but on Monday night Knight failed to make any kind of impact baring a few instances. Whereas that man right there Debonair won the damn thing!

With both men now in the ring, the bell sounds thanks to the signal from the referee and this match is officially underway. Knight is the first out of his corner charging at Debonair who quickly follows suit, and the champion showing off his strength shoulder blocks Knight sending him hard to the canvas. Knight lays there for a moment looking up at Debonair who’s grinning and now motioning Lucas to get up which he does loosening his shoulder while back up a tad.

Sharper: Show of strength there by the underground champion, taking Knight off his guard a little?

Dawson: This shall be a interesting match to say the least. Debonair has a forty-five pounds weight advantage, will it play a factor?

Knots: I think that two-hundred and ninety pound monster outside the ring will play a factor and I can’t wait for THAT to happen!

A small Deb-on-air chant starts up which obviously gets to Knight as he charges at the Underground champion only to be taken down with a lariat, Knight rises up quickly once more to be taken down with another lariat and this repeats two more times before Lucas ducks under the last attempt and as Debonair spin’s around Knight slaps the taste right out of his mouth. The slap doesn’t faze Debonair in fact it looks to have pissed him off, and with it Knight exit’s the ring fast with Debonair in hot pursuit.

Sharper: Hey Lucas where you going!?!

Dawson: Well it’s not for an evening jog I’ll tell you that!

Knots: It’s all part of his plan…

A small laughter emits from the crowd as Knight now slides back into the ring, and as Debonair does the same he’s met with a boot to the face. Knight now starts to drop some quick elbows to the back of the Underground champion before using the rope to elevate himself higher than usual and drops down with a knee to the back of Debonair’s neck. Knight then quickly rolls him over and covers, but doesn’t even get a one count for his trouble.

Sharper: Quick cover there, a little too quick if you ask me. Debonair has made a history of competing in hardcore themed matches so that won’t really affect him at all.

Dawson: I think Lucas’s best bet is to try and wrap this match up as soon as possible and get out of dodge.

Knots: Yeah, well I think you both need to shut up as quickly as possible! Come on Lucas!

Like a hyena attacking its prey Knight stays on the offensive and begins to choke Debonair with both hands over his throat before releasing and rising to his feet. IT isn’t long before Debonair is on his feet and the two lock horns, Debonair getting the upper hand as he drives a stiff knee to the gut of Knights. He then applies a front face lock and lifts Knight up and holds him there for what seems like an eternity and drops knight down with a hanging suplex before covering of his own.

1…

Tw- Knight kicks out!

Dawson: Close but no cigar as Knight kicks out on two, Debonair not wasting much time however as he carries on with the offense on the mouthy Brit.

Debonair pulls Knight to his feet and throws him into the nearby corner, then after grabbing both middle ropes he begins to drive his shoulder multiple times into the gut of Knights driving the wind right out of the Brit. As Lucas stumbles out of the corner, Debonair locks his arms around Lucas and hurls him back with a release German suplex for his troubles. However as Debonair moves in for a possible cover or something probably worse for Knight, Slade Lucas’ muscle pulls him out of the ring so he can recuperate much to the fans disappointment which is evident.

Sharper: There we go, the first time Slades involved and he helps Lucas avoid getting pinned!!

Dawson: This is effectively three against one when you look at it, even though we have yet to see Christy Matthews do anything to help Lucas win.

Knots: She is his wife, that’s all she needs to do support her husband!

The referee isn’t too happy either and starts to shout at Slade giving both him and Christy a warning before ordering Lucas back into the ring. After a minute or so of pacing back and forth and discussing what he should do next with his wife and friend, Knight re-enters the ring slowly under the bottom rope expecting the worse but Debonair just stands in the corner waiting patiently. With lucas now in the ring and on his feet, Debonair charges at Knight who ducks under the clothesline attempt, Debonair spins once more to meet a kick to the gut and a ever quicker reply with a European uppercut. Not giving any chance to recuperate Knight hits another European uppercut sending Debonair into the corner.

Knots: Knight now on the offensive of his own now, about damn time… I mean – aw damn it!

Dawson: Damn it indeed as Debonair doesn’t seem to be feeling them in the slightest!!

Sharper: The underground champion is a beast at the moment; forget the man outside the ring it’s all happening inside at the moment!!!

Lucas now in the corner, he hits a loud knife edge chop on the Underground champion, then another and lastly one more. But they only seem to enrage Debonair who reverses knight into the corner and starts to unleash a tirade of open hand slaps and chops on Knights chest over and over again. Knight’s face says it all, and even more as Debonair Irish whips Knight into the opposite corner which Lucas leaps up onto the second rope and springboards backwards attempting a splash only for Debonair to catch him in mid-air and fall back with a fall away slam. We can now see as Knight Lays on the canvas blood can be seen on the chest of Knight from the series of chops and slaps from Debonair. The champ runs over and covers Knight.

1…

Tw- No Knight has his foot on the rope!

A quick replay shows that as the ref counted, Nathan Slade had put Lucas’ foot on the ropes to break the count without the ref or Debonair realizing.

Sharper: God damn it, Debonair might have stole the win there if it wasn’t for Nathan Slade!

Knots: That’s why Lucas brought him to the ring, and if you ask me it’s a smart move!

Dawson: You would think that wouldn’t you!

We then return to live action with Knight back to his feet holding his chest in pain, but has no chance at resting as he’s Irish whipped into the ropes, Debonair attempts another Lariat but Knight baseball slides through the champion’s legs, and once more as he turns he’s met with a dropkick which stuns Debonair where he stands. Knight kick flips to his feet and charges at the ropes for added momentum but Debonair shakes the cobwebs he had momentarily away and as Knight arrives he hurls him up in the air, but as Knight comes down he plants the sickest DDT ever on the Underground champion!!

Knots: WHAT A DDT FROM KNIGHT!!!

Sharper: The Brit goes for the cover!!!

1…

Tw- DEBONAIR KICKS OUT!

Sharper: The impact must have rattled a few brain cells there of Debonair, but not enough to earn the victory!!

Knots: Damn it!

Dawson: Lucas now sees the blood on his chest and looks pissed!

Knight can’t believe it as he holds his head in his hands before holding his chest in pain. As he now notices the blood, Knight tries for another cover but doesn’t even get a one count again. Rather than complaining however Lucas gets to his feet and starts to shout at Debonair to do the same as he begins to stalk him. The underground champions starts to stir and get to his feet, Knight charges and attempts a Yakuza kick like he did on Marcus Lopez, but the champion had it scouted and counters with a sickening gore of his own driving the wind out of Knight who once more rolls to the ropes holding his gut in agony. Back on his feet Debonair seemingly has had enough as he flips off Slade whose standing on the outside waiting patiently with a scowl on his face, Debonair then wink’s at Christy who scoffs at the thought.

Sharper: Debonair isn’t doing himself any favors, he needs to focus on the man in the ring and not those two outside it.

Dawson: Couldn’t agree more with you!

Debonair laughs it off as he drops for the cover once more but as the ref goes to count Debonair spots Slade walking towards the ropes and pulls Knight up to his feet shaking his finger at Knights muscle. Now in the centre of the ring, Debonair has Lucas right where he wants him and scoops the Brit up and drops him down with a Piledriver before covering.

Knots: Holy crap, damn it!

Dawson: Hard impact move by Debonair, this thing could be over!!

Sharper: He covers!!

1…

2…

Thr- NO KNIGHT KICKS OUT!!!

Knots: Thank God!

Sharper: How did it kick out? Oh my, that was close!

Dawson: Knight’s a lot more resilient than we gave him credit for!

Debonair looks a little shocked that Lucas kicked out who’s now rolled over onto his stomach still holding his chest in pain as well as the back of his head. But even though that Lucas starts to get to his feet Debonair runs at him while he’s resting in the corner, however Lucas using the corner leaps up and sunset flips Debonair, but he doesn’t cover instead Knight uses the momentum to get back onto his feet and with both of Debonair legs locks in the Sharpshooter.

Knots: Checkmate!! He’s locked it in!”

Sharper: But Knight is too close to the ropes!

Dawson: I don’t think he cares!

Debonair is screaming but Lucas was too close to the ropes which Debonair grabs hold of, but Lucas doesn’t let go. The ref begins the long count and Knight finally releases at the fourth count. Now standing on the second rope Knight leaps off and drives a diving elbow drop to the lower back of Debonair before rolling him over and covering.

1…

Tw- KICK OUT BY DEBONAIR!

Sharper: Good pin attempt after working the back some more there, but it wasn’t enough to put Fred Debonair away!

Dawson: Lucas now wondering what he has to do to put him away.

Knots: Come on Knight, keep your head in the game!

Frustration is beginning to show on Knight’s face which if he had hair, would surely start pulling it out. Knight pulls Debonair up and hurls him through the ropes to the outside, but doesn’t follow instead he walks over to a turnbuckle on the other side of the ring and begins to untie it which instantly grabs the referee’s attention. On the other side however Slade is now stalking Debonair who’s using the apron to help him up and as he rises to his feet, Slade grabs the Underground Champion and runs him head first into the steel ring post busting him open!

Knots: YES!

Sharper: Come on Ref! Keep some order here!

Dawson: You got to give credit to Knight; he created the distraction which gave Slade the opening to attack Debonair.

Slade then rolls the champ into the ring and starts to head back over to Christy, the referee notices him walking back and questions the muscle from the UK but he just raises his hands up innocently. Knight however is stomping away at Debonair and then mounts him and hammers stiff rights opening him up even more. Lucas then pulls Debonair to his feet and throws another right, but the next is blocked by the champions left as he socks Knight with a right of his own. The two start exchanging blows as the crowd erupts with cheers for Debonair who now has the upper hand and forces Knight to back up against the ropes.

Sharper: Both men now throwing everything at each other hoping one will let up!

Dawson: And that’s Lucas Knight who does just that!!

Knots: No!

Debonair Irish whips Lucas to the other side of the ring and as he returns catches Knight and lifts him up and drops him with a atomic drop before charging to his left and on the return connects with another gore sending Knight flying across the ring. Feeling the electricity from the crowd he goes for the cover not thinking about anyone else.

1…

2…

Thr-NO! ONCE AGAIN SLADE PUTS KNIGHTS FOOT ON THE ROPES!!!

Sharper: This is absurd! God damn it ref!

Knots: Ha-Ha!!

Debonair shouts at the ref about Slades involvement but he didn’t see it, so can’t do much about it. Pulling Knight to his feet Debonair applies a rear facelock and drops to his knee locking in a dragon sleeper, Knights arms start to flair wildly as the oxygen starts to get cut off. Debonair then turns it into a bridging backbreaker pushing down on the head of knight who’s quick to roll off holding his throat. The underground champ pulls Knight over and covers quickly keeping an ever watchful eye on Slade who’s not moving at all now.

1…

Tw- KICKOUT BY KNIGHT!

Knots: Knight kicks out, showing just how tough he really is!

Sharper: I think watching Slade there may have aiding Knight more than Debonair would have liked!

Frustration is starting to show a little more on the ten year veteran as he is trying to figure out how to take Knight out and put him away for the victory. Debonair then looks out at the crowd and grins as he hoists Knight to his feet and out of nowhere hit’s his Debon-AIR! However he doesn’t go for the cover, instead he looks at the crowd and then at the nearby top turnbuckle and climbs through the ropes to the apron and starts to scale the turnbuckle.

Sharper: He hits the Debon-AIR. But what are you doing?!

Dawson: Go for the cover. Don’t go high-risk!

Knots: Move Lucas! Move!!!

While at the top, Knights wife Christy slides into the ring now making a scene which the ref is quick to intervene trying to force her out of the ring. However with the distraction in place from the side out of nowhere comes Slade who pushes Debonair off the top turnbuckle, Lucas Knight rolls inwards to avoid the falling Debonair who lands awkwardly. Lucas then springs up and covers the downed Underground champion. Christy points at her husband and quickly exits the ring, the ref turns and slides across quickly for the pin.

1…

2…

3!!!

The bell sounds as boos fill the arena as Lucas Knight’s arm is raised in victory by the referee, upon a television replay we also note that during the cover Knight had hooked the tights, and used the ropes with Slade also holding Knights feet down making kicking out near impossible for Fred Debonair! With the crowd making their thoughts felt, Lucas Knight is just grinning while pointing to his temple signaling that he’s obviously smarter than everyone else!

Sharper: I don’t believe it!! After all that talk about Christy not doing anything, she was the instrument of this victory here for her husband!

Knots: God I wish I had a wife like that!

Dawson: Knight with the less than impressive victory here, but it’s a win nonetheless as he seemingly outsmarted the underground champion and ended his momentum!

As Knight celebrates with his wife and Slade he notices Debonair slowly getting to his feet, and after pushing the referee aside Lucas runs and rolls over applying a invertest STF on the Underground Champion, afterwards Nathan Slade hits the ropes and connects with a sickening punt. The crowd are erupting with boos as Knight releases the hold and rolls out the ring with both his wife and muscle following.

Sharper: On come on! Was that needed!?!

Knots: Of course it was. He’s sending a message!

Dawson: God not that bat again!!!

Outside the ring Knight has found his steel cricket bat from under the ring and contemplates what to do next. However after what transpired at breakdown the decision seemingly was made for him as Security sprints to the ring from the back forming a wall that Knight, Christy and Slade cannot cross. Lucas though is just grinning as he points the bat at the Underground champion before making a belt motion across his waist.

Dawson: Well it looks like Lucas has signalled his intentions on a championship he’s interested in and it’s the Underground title!

Sharper: What a way to end this match with the assist from both Christy his wife and Nathan Slade, followed THEN with a brutal attack after the bell. I don’t think we’ve seen the last of these two locking horns together!!

Knots: I’m sure Lucas is counting on it, I know I am!!

The scene opens backstage to see CHBK walking backstage some more as more cheers come from the crowd. He walks over to the locker room of Infection and knocks on the door. He waits a few moments before just letting himself in. He walks in and the cameraman follows him. Matt Bishop and Drachewych both turn to him as CHBK just walks over.

Bishop: “Excuse me!”

Drachewych: “Matt....don’t worry about it...”

Drachewych just smirks as he looks up at CHBK.

Drachewych: “So Alex....what brings you here?”

CHBK: “So you’re moving my match up. Why am I not surprised you’d try something like this?”

Drachewych: “What are you saying? That I purposely moved your match further. For me to get any gain, I’d have to hope you’d be incapacitated.”

CHBK: “And you’re probably hoping that.”

Drachewych: “Now now....”

CHBK: “So what are you plotting with your daughter not here?”

Drachewych just smiles.

Drachewych: “You’ve gotten a bit biased. You assume I’m always plotting.”

CHBK: “That’s because you are.”

CHBK then turns and walks off as Drachewych just smirks. Bishop just walks over and looks at Drachewych as CHBK leaves.

Bishop: “So?”

Drachewych: “Now to wait...”

We then return to ringside.

David Helms vs. Damian Angel vs. Bishop Steele vs. Dillusion

Number One Contendership for the Underground Championship

The screen suddenly goes to static and then there is a blast of pyro that falls from seemingly the sky onto the entrance way with a giant crashing noise. “Wait and Bleed” by Slipknot begins to pump through the arena speakers. The camera moves into the entrance way where there is a large mass of fire. The fire grows several feet high on the big screen it shows a figure kneeling in the center of the flames. The figure slowly rises and looks directly at the camera as it slowly zooms in. To reveal Dillusion eyeing the camera with a sadistic look he steps forward through the fire. The Spectacular Ninja follows behind him, waving his arms in front of his face and making karate noises as he strikes poses to threaten the crowd. Dillusion smiles and then moves down the entrance way looking through the audience. He licks his lips and then rolls under the middle rope. He kneels in the center of the ring biting on his lower lip and then leaps up to his feet rushing to the other side of the ring leaping up onto the middle rope and making a gun sign and pointing out to the audience. The camera moves in close as you can see his lips move forming the word “BANG” which is followed by a massive explosion of pyro behind him.

Dawson: “He may be the most unstable man to ever enter the SCW and he’s now being given another opportunity with three other insane individuals to do damage.”

Knots: “Get the Red Cross on high alert. This is not going to be a match where every walks away fine!”

All is dark and Air raid sirens fill the arena, a spotlight drifts around as typing on a keyboard can be heard, words scroll across the video screen

INITIATING THE “NEXT LEVEL” PROGRAM….

The sirens continue along with sounds of gunfire before the tapping on the keyboard starts again

SUBJECT: HELMS…

The background noise echoes loudly around the arena, becoming almost deafening as tapping on the keyboard can be heard one last time.

EVALUATION: DANGEROUS…

The gunfire and sirens halt as the chanting intro of “Downfall of us All” by A Day To Remember echoes around the arena. Two blue fireworks shoot from the rafters and explode on the ramp as the song’s riff kicks in. The lights flicker back on and Helms can be seen on top of the arena, His manager Johnny Ward by his side as he looks out into the audience that are cheering loudly, chanting in some cases. He stops and smirks before throwing his arms into the air, jumping and hitting the Self High Five as Johnny shadow boxes at the side of him. As Helms lands, fireworks go off all the way down the ramp before he resumes walking down the ramp, side by side with Ward, high fiving fans. As Ward climbs the steps, Helms slides under the bottom room and climbs the turnbuckle, one again raising his hands into the Self High Five. He hops down and walks over to Ward who flicks a quick one two playfully on his chin before dropping back down to the outside. Helms stands in the middle of the ring and waits for the start of the match, while on the outside Johnny starts to get the crowd behind his boy.

Dawson: “Helms right now not showing any signs from the battle on Breakdown he had with his own ally, but no doubt he’s not at one hundred percent.”

Sharper: “And don’t forget than all four of these guys were in the Hardcore Invitational at Two for One Special. Helms and Bishop have been involved in all three of these wars.”

The lights get dim and silence fills the arena in anticipation of the next match. ‘Forever’ cues of the PA system and the crowd gets hype and erupts. The lights start flickering orange and red. The chorus starts to play as the titantron shows the nightlife in Atlanta, GA.

[Chorus:]
It may not mean nothing to ya'll
But understand nothing was done for me
So I don't plan on stopping at all
I want this shit forever man, ever man, ever man
I'm shutting shit down at the mall
And telling every girl she the one for me
And I ain't even planning to call
I want this shit forever man, ever man, ever man

After the chorus plays the curtains open and Alexis Steele walks out followed by Bishop Steele. The crowd starts to chant Perfection as he stands on the stage and soaks in the essence of the cheering and screaming of the fans. He then raises his arms and red and orange pyros go off simultaneously across the stage. He then makes his way to the ring while the first verse plays.

[Verse 1: Drake]
Last name ever, first name greatest
Like a sprained ankle boy I ain't nothing to play with
It started off local but thanks to all the haters
I know G4 pilots on a first name basis
And your city faded off to brown, nino
She insists she got more class, we know
Swimming in the money come and find me, nemo
If I was at the club you know I ball (Bald), chemo
Drop the mixtape that shit sounded like an album
Who'd have thought a country wide tour would be the outcome
Labels want my name beside the X like malcom
Everybody got a deal, I did it without one
Yeah, nigga I'm about my business
Killing all these rappers you would swear I had a hit list
Everyone who doubted me is asking for forgiveness
If you ain't been a part of it at least you got to witness
Bitches

While making his way down the ramp he touches hands with the fans
in the crowd showing love to his fans. He then climbs into the ring and holds the ropes for Alexis to get in. She poses in the middle of the ring as Bishop climbs the turnbuckle and raises his arms. The chorus plays will he smirks at the crowd as they cheer.

[Chorus:]
It may not mean nothing to ya'll
But understand nothing was done for me
So I don't plan on stopping at all
I want this shit forever man, ever man, ever man
I'm shutting shit down at the mall
And telling every girl she the one for me
And I ain't even planning to call
I want this shit forever man, ever man, ever man
Bishop then climbs down and stands behind Alexis in the center of the ring as she poses in front of him. He raises his hands again and red and orange pyros go off on the corner post as they stand in the center of the ring. The second verse plays.

Once the pyros are done he then takes of his sunglasses and get ready for his opponent. Alexis climbs out and his music becomes faint over the PA system.

Sharper: “And think of some of the history within this match. Some of the side stories. Dillusion and Bishop Steele are hardly friends after their wars that led into the beginning of this year and we know Jake Starr is unsure of Damian Angel. Bishop and Helms could be looking to keep Damian out of his hair.”

Knots: “Yeah. But we’re still going to see everyone get the hell beat out of them. And when that happens, I’m a happy man!”

The opening lines of The Rasmus' "Lucifer's Angel" begin to play over the crowd suddenly, without the introduction of the song...

Behind those eyes lies the truth and grief
Behind those beautiful smiles I've seen tragedy
The flawless skin hides the secrets within
Silent forces that secretly ignite your sins

...During that verse, Damian Angel steps out onto the top of the ramp with Autumn Daniels following behind him, inciting boos from the crowd. He looks at the crowd, ...

...In
the slight pause between the verse and the chorus, the lights in the arena all turn off, leaving the sight of pitch black. As the chorus strikes up, a red spotlight begins to follow Angel and Daniels to the ring...

...During the chorus, they begin their approach to the ring...

Fly away, fly away
From the torch of blame
They haunt you
The Lucifer's Angels
Never lived, you never died
Your life has been denied
They call you
The Lucifer's Angel

...By the end of the chorus, Angel has rolled toward the centre of the ring, pulling himself to one knee. Autumn waits on the ring apron while Damian runs his hand over the canvas before pounding his right fist down upon the SCW logo, immediately springing to his feet thereafter ...

Beyond these clouds you can hide all your tears
Beyond this world you'll be safe from their wicked fears
And in their hearts they fear your demands
You know their minds won't accept you, they'll never understand

...As this verse goes on, Damian unfastens the clasps of his rope, letting it hang open. Autumn steps through the ropes and runs her hands over Damian's shoulders, pulling back on the robe until it is no longer on him. She steps away, bringing the robe to the corner...

Fly away, fly away
From the torch of blame
They haunt you
The Lucifer's Angels
Never lived, you never died
Your life has been denied
They call you
The Lucifer's Angel

...Angel climbs onto the middle rope and outstretches his arms, bringing them together in an 'X' formation as he looks down towards the pits of hell. He repeats this process on the other three sides of the ring, and after the last one he hops off the turnbuckle. Autumn, from the ring apron, rubs Damian's shoulders. She then drops down as the crowd roars getting ready for the start of the match.

Dawson: “One thing we haven’t mentioned is Dillusion and Damian’s past history. They were together in the New Blood Rebellion.”

Sharper: “But things have changed dramatically since then.”

The bell sounds and Dillusion immediately runs at David Helms, as Bishop runs after him. Damian leans back in the corner as Dillusion nails Helms with a hard right and Bishop then grabs Dillusion from behind and clubs him in the back. He then spins him around before firing him out of the ring. Dillusion rolls through. He then gets up and Bishop reaches through, but Dillusion nails him with an uppercut and Bishop pops up before Dillusion grabs him and pulls him to the floor. Helms meanwhile drops to the floor as Damian just watches, amused. Helms quickly reaches under the ring and grabs a cooking sheet. He lifts it up as Dillusion grabs Bishop and lifts him up before lifting him up and throwing him down onto the barricade. Bishop staggers back and Dillusion turns around and Helms nails him in the head with cooking sheet. The crowd ohs as Dillusion drops down. He then starts to laugh before starting to get back up. Helms backs up and Dillusion leans against the apron and Helms nails him in the head. Bishop then turns around and runs over and nails Helms with a bicycle kick, knocking him back.

Sharper: “And this is where the stakes of the match come into play. Helms and Bishop may be a team, but with an Underground Championship shot on the line, they want that shot!”

Knots: “Fine by me. Let them destroy each other some more. Spill some more blood.”

Bishop then turns and lifts Helms and drags him back up before turning and walking him over to the announce table and driving him face first. Helms spins around and Bishop then lifts him up and places him on the table. Dillusion stumbles over and Bishop turns around and kicks him in the ribs. He then grabs him and whips him hard into the steel steps. Dillusion hits them hard and the top half topples over. Dillusion then leans on the steel steps. Damian smirks and exits to the apron before looking down at Dillusion. He then looks around before jumping up and hitting a double stomp to the back of Dillusion’s head on the steps. Dillusion just rolls off, seemingly out of it as the crowd ohs. Bishop turns and sees Dillusion and runs at him, only for Angel to drop down and grab Bishop, flipping him into the barricade. The crowd ohs as Bishop winces. Damian then gets up and turns and grabs a steel chair. He folds it up before turning to Helms, who kicks him in the face. Helms rolls off the table as Damian drops the chair. He then grabs Damian and drops him down with a DDT into the chair. The crowd ohs and cheers a bit as Damian just remains down. Helms rolls over and then reaches for the ring. He looks underneath as Damian stirs.

Sharper: “A hard landing for Damian Angel as we could hear his head bounce off that chair.”

Dawson: “Yeah and Damian, who was quite laid back at the start, interjected himself and has quickly found the tables turned.”

Helms then pulls out a trash can before lifting it up and throwing it into the ring. He then reaches underneath and grabs a table and smiles as he slides it out and then lifts it up and places it against the ringpost. Helms turns around and stomps Damian in the back of the head. He rolls over as Helms then drops down to his feet and then reaches underneath and smiles a bit before pulling out another chair. He lifts it up and slides it into the ring. He then turns and grabs Damian and lifts him up and knees him in the ribs. Dillusion and Bishop stir and Bishop turns and walks over. Damian is suplexed over by David Helms and he winces. David turns around and Bishop suddenly grabs him from behind. He sees the table before turning around and lifting Helms up and German suplexing him through the table on the floor. The crowd ohs as David rolls over, out of it. Bishop crawls over and rolls him over for the pin.

1!

2!

Damian pulls him off. Bishop rolls over and both men get up and Damian attempts a hard right, but Bishop blocks it and nails him with a hard right. He then spins him around and rolls him back into the ring.

Knots: “Bishop’s got some ideas and with some weapons coming into the ring, Damian Angel may not be liking his time in this match.”

Sharper: “Helms may not remember he’s in the match. He landed hard and he’s barely stiring now.”

Dawson: “His head may have even cracked off the ringpost for all we know.”

Bishop rolls into the ring and Damian starts to get up. Bishop turns and grabs one of the steel chairs. He then lifts it up and jams it into the ribs of Damian. Damian winces and Bishop then grabs Damian by the head and places the chair flat against it before then turning and driving him down with a reverse Russian leg sweep. Damian rolls over, holding his face and Bishop goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Damian kicks out. Bishop then rolls off and gets up as Dillusion pulls out a roll of barbed wire and slides it into the ring. He then grabs something else from under the ring and rolls in. Bishop stomps Damian in the face before moving towards Dillusion and Dillusion swings with the lawn gnome he has in his hands. A faint “Jerry!” chant begins.

Knots: “God damn it! It’s that damn gnome!”

Sharper: “Jerry! He helped him win matches in the past and he’s here now.”

Dawson: “And apparently has rank over Spectacular Ninja.”

Knots: “Give me a break.”

Sharper: “And shockingly, Ninja’s been quite uninvolved so far in this match.”

Damian stirs and Dillusion just turns his head before blasting him in the back of the head, knocking him back down. Dillusion then turns and places Jerry, standing up in the corner. Helms stirs on the floor as Dillusion grabs the barbed wire and drags it into the middle of the ring. He then grabs Bishop before kicking him in the ribs. The crowd starts to roar as he lifts Bishop up a bit and then drops him down with a piledriver on the barbed wire. The crowd ohs as Bishop rolls over, holding his head in pain. Some blood can be seen coming from his head. Helms rolls over and stumbles up to his feet. He then drops down to the floor again before pulling out a board of barbed wire. The crowd roars in cheers. Dillusion turns and Helms slides it in with Dillusion stopping it. Helms then turns and climbs up onto the apron and Dillusion turns and runs over and hits a dropkick to his face, knocking him back. Dillusion then gets back up and Damian Angel grabs him from behind and hoists him up before hitting a high angle back suplex.

Sharper: “Dillusion doing some damage, but Damian Angel stopping him.”

Dawson: “And we’ve got enough barbed wire in there to protect any sized farms. Good lord.”

Damian rolls over and slowly pull himself up. He walks around as Helms stirs. Damian looks around before turning and seeing Bishop starting to get up. Damian smirks as he grabs the steel chair and lifts it up. Bishop gets to his feet and Damian turns and nails him in the head with the chair. The crowd ohs as Bishop just drops down, more blood dripping to the mat. Damian then turns around and Ninja pulls out a nunchuk before nailing him in the ribs. He then turns and nails him in the back of the head. Damian drops down to his knees. Ninja then smirks before kicking Damian in the back of the head. Damian falls forward. Ninja then turns and sees Jerry standing in the corner. He shakes his head before turning and kicking the gnome, causing it to tumble to the floor. Ninja then turns around and Helms enters the ring, grabbing a chair. He throws it in his face and then nails him with the Nightmare on Helms Street. The crowd ohs and Ninja rolls out of the ring. Helms turns around and sees Dillusion starting to stir, along with Bishop. Helms turns and quickly unfolds the chair and then places it down. He turns and grabs another chair before unfolding it and placing it next to it. Helms then turns and grabs the barbed wire board and turns before placing it against the turnbuckle. He turns around and smirks as Bishop gets up. He quickly grabs Bishop and kicks him in the ribs. He turns and whips him into the ropes, but Bishop nails Helms with a clothesline.

Sharper: “Helms setting up the shop so to speak, but Bishop may be the one taking advantage. “

Dawson: “That’s the problem. You can set up all you want. In a match like this, people will always be coming back until the very end.”

Helms starts to get up and Bishop turns and whips him into the ropes again. Helms bounces off the ropes and Bishop lifts him up and places him down hard with a spinebuster through the two chairs. The crowd ohs and Bishop then throws the chairs aside before going for the pin.

Helms gets his shoulder up. Bishop rolls over as Helms winces. Angel rolls out of the ring and Bishop gets up and Dillusion starts to pull himself up. Both men turn to each other, still bleeding and Dillusion and Bishop both smile. Bishop nails Dillusion with a hard right as Dillusion fires back with one. They trade blows again and again before both start to hammer away at each othe viciously over and over and over again. The crowd cheers as the two continue to hammer away on each other. Bishop then manages to kick Dillusion in the ribs. He then turns and runs into the ropes, but Dillusion then runs at Bishop and jumps up and nails him with a vicious running knee to the head. The crowd ohs as Dillusion turns around. He goes for the pin.

Bishop manages to get his foot on the rope. Dillusion rolls off and smacks the canvas in anger. Meanwhile, we then see Damian Angel pulling out a second table and lifting it up and placing it at ringside. Damian Angel then turns and looks up as Dillusion then turns and runs across the ring. He bounces off the far ropes and Damian hops onto the apron as Dillusion runs over and catches him with a knee. Dillusion staggers back. Damian then jumps forward and attempts a flying clothesline, but Dillusion catches him and drops him down with a fujiwara arm bar, but Damian rolls through and kicks Dillusion back. Both get up and Damian kicks him in the ribs before grabbing him by the head and hitting a snap bulldog. At this point, Damian rolls over and Helms slowly gets back up. Damian turns around and Helms suddenly puts something on his hand. Damian grabs him but Helms nails him with some spiked brass knuckles. The crowd oh as Damian goes down, blood starting to pour out. Helms then drops down and mounts Damian nailing him with shot after shot after shot.

Sharper: “David Helms going after Damian with a trick out of his own book, those spiked brass knuckles.”

Knots: “They’re destroying his forehead and look at the blood coming out after each shot!”

Helms gets up and starts to smile as he looks around and the crowd gives him a bit of a mixed reaction. He then throws down the brass knuckles before looking around. He then turns and goes over to Dillusion as he starts to stir and Helms smiles as he grabs him. He then turns and whips him into the corner with the barbed wire. The crowd ohs as Dillusion winces. Helms then runs over and kicks him in the ribs before pulling the barbed wire down and causing it to land on top of Dillusion. Helms walks around the ring and then runs over and jumps on the back of the board, causing Dillusion to grimace in pain, before laughing as Helms then jumps to the middle rope and starts to climb up to the top rope. He then dives back and hits a twisting senton onto the back of Dillusion. The crowd ohs and Helms rolls off. He then looks up and smiles as Dillusion remains underneath the barbed wire. The crowd cheers Helms.

Sharper: “Good lord. Dillusion is buried under all of that barbed wire!”

Dawson: “And he’s laughing! He’s enjoying it!”

Knots: “These guys are all sick. This is just insane! I love it!”

Helms turns around and looks around before looking at the bloodied bodies of his opponents. He then sees Bishop starting to get up and grabs him before dragging him up. He nails him with a hard right and then a chop. The crowd woos. Helms then grabs Bishop and whips him into the ropes. Bishop hits the ropes, but then grabs the top rope before stopping and pulling himself down. Bishop exits to the floor and drops down. Helms then turns and sees Bishop pop back up and runs forward only for Bishop to catch Helms as he tries a tope, but then throw him down to the floor, covered in thumb tacks. The crowd ohs as Helms rolls over, yelling in pain. Bishop falls back to a seated position, taking a few breaths.

Sharper: “What the hell? I never saw tacks there.”

Dawson: “I think we have a camera angle that shows it. They’re just queuing it back up.”

As Bishop slowly pulls himself up, a side view comes out, showing Bishop Steele dropping down and reaching under the ring before pulling out a bag quickly and just expelling its contents, thumbtacks on the mats before throwing it back and then getting up. The crowd roars seeing this and Bishop slowly re-enters the ring.

Knots: “There you go. These guys just have everything figured out.”

Sharper: “Think about how much of this was placed out here earlier. Think about how well they know the ring area throughout the course of the match.”

Dawson: “What about the quick thinking too...”

Damian Angel slowly stirs as he enters the ring. Dillusion comes out from under the barbed wire as Bishop Steele rolls into the ring. David Helms stirs on the floor as Steele gets up and grabs Dillusion, but Dillusion grabs him and hits a reverse STO. He then turns and looks over at Damian. The Spectacular Ninja appears again and we see Dillusion yelling at him. Ninja then drops down to the floor and looks underneath before pulling out a bottle of lighter fluid and a lighter. Ninja turns and starts to pour the contents of the bottle all over the table as Dillusion stomps Damian in the ribs. He then kicks him in the ribs. Damian falls to his knee. Helms stirs and rolls in slowly as he then grabs a steel chair in the process. Ninja then backs up as he lights the table on fire and the crowd erupts in cheers. Dillusion then runs into the ropes. He bounces off the ropes before running towards Damian, but Damian lowers his head and launches Dillusion in the air before causing him to fall through the flaming table. Dillusion rolls out, rolling over as a couple of ring crew member run over with fire extinguishers and put the table and Dillusion out. Damian then turns around and David Helms throws the chair at his head and then hits the Nightmare on Helms Street. He then turns and rolls the legs up and into a pin.

The crowd cheers and David Helms rolls over. He looks up and then leans against the ropes. The referee walks over and raises his arm.

Sharper: “David Helms wins an opportunity at the Underground Championship!”

Knots: “He’s got his chance, but Dillusion may get a one way trip to the hospital room.”

Dawson: “All four of these men may. Good lord. This was carnage. But Helms walks out the winner and has an Underground Championship shot.”

Helms slowly starts to pull himself up as Bishop Steele starts to gets up as well. Damian remains down as Ninja tries to help Dillusion up in the rampway. He stirs as Helms smiles and looks around as we go backstage.

Backstage, we see Marisa Condolesa standing next to Jake Starr and Thorn who stand on either side of her.  The crowd cheers upon seeing them.

Condolesa: “Well we’ve just seen one member of the Social Misfits successful and we’re guaranteed to see another. Later tonight, we will see you, Thorn, take on you, Jake Starr for the SCW Championship. And both of you clearly are friends and have been looking forward to this, but Thorn, you have not been at one hundred percent.”

Thorn: “And people keep saying that. I may not be at one hundred percent. I may have been just millimetres from blindness. I may have been jumped by Greg Cherry at Breakdown. But I’m not going to pass off this chance to be World Champion. Plus, given the fact, that I will be facing Jake Starr for that opportunity, is even better. Now Jake, I know you’re not going to take any of this personally. Because well, I know at the end of the tonight, win or lose, all will be good. But I am going to do what I can to win my first SCW Championship and I’m going to do all I can to show that I deserve this shot.”

Condolesa turns and slowly looks over at Jake Starr.

Jake: “Well Thorn...I don’t really need to say much more....except bring it. Because everyone else has walked into the ring for my title....they’ve walked out on the losing end. So Thorn, bring it. I look forward to the challenge. And afterwards....loser buys the drinks.”

Thorn just smirks as Condolesa just turns to the camera.

Condolesa: “Still friends to the end. Back to ringside.”

Rachel Foxx & Alex Desoubrais Jr. vs. Hurse & Rick Rohl

“House of the Rising Sun” plays throughout the arena and the crowd starts to cheer as the curtain moves and we see Hurse walk out from the back, a bit smile on his face. He looks around before turning back and Rick Rohl walks out behind him, somewhat unimpressed. Hurse smacks him affectionately on the back before moving forward and starting to make his way down to the ring. Rick Rohl walks down after him and Hurse runs over to the ring and slides in. He then slowly gets up before walking around as Rick Rohl walks over to the ring and pulls himself up onto the apron. He then enters the ring and walks around as Hurse runs over to the corner and climbs up to the middle rope and throws his arms in the air. The crowd cheers a bit as Hurse then drops down as Rick Rohl continues to walk around the ring.

Sharper: “The product of the wonders of couples therapy. These two are going to take on a very pissed off Rachel Foxx and her boy toy Alex Desoubrais Jr.”

Knots: “Well, maybe this is the therapist’s way of getting rid of Hurse. I know he’s a moron and he’s quite annoying. Maybe humanitarianism has finally entered the psychiatric profession.”

The lights in the arena go completely dark as the eerily quiet intro of "L1FEl!KE" by Karnivool begins playing over the loud speakers. As the intro echoes through the arena, lightning strikes on the jumbo-tron illuminate a female silhouette. The silhouette fades, and the words "THE SUICIDE QUEEN" appear in jagged letters, and then fade. More lightning strikes illuminate a picture of Rachel's eyes, and then fade into the words "RACHEL FOXX". As the intro reaches its climax, we hear a sadistic female laugh. The intro ends and loud guitars begin blaring over the speakers as blue pyros shoot up in front of the entrance. After a few moments, Rachel Foxx and Alex Desoubrais Jr. walk out the wall of blue sparks. The crowd boos upon seeing them and Rachel Foxx and Alex Desoubrais Jr. then start to make their way to the ring as Rachel laughs. The two continue on their way to the ring. She then gets to the ring and jumps onto the apron as Alex Desoubrais Jr. rolls into the ring. Rachel Foxx slowly steps in and Alex Desoubrais Jr. turns and stops her, seemingly calming her down a bit. Rachel Foxx glares at Hurse over Alex’s shoulder before slowly stepping back and exiting to the apron.

Dawson: “How about that? Alex Desoubrais Jr. calming Rachel Foxx down.”

Sharper: “And I thought Rachel was the one with all of the power in the relationship. I guess I was partially mistaken.”

The bell sounds and Hurse stays in the ring as Rick Rohl exits. Alex Desoubrais Jr. turns around and the two lock eyes. Hurse walks forward and Alex Jr. walks forward before suddenly kicking Hurse in the knee and nailing him with a hard right. Hurse staggers back and Alex Jr. nails him again. He then grabs him and whips him across the ring. Hurse bounces off the ropes and jumps up and nails Alex Jr. with a flying shoulder block. Both men get back up and Hurse grabs Alex Jr. and takes him down with a headlock takedown. Alex Jr. attempts for a headscissors, but Hurse turns away bit. Alex Jr. winces and then grabs Hurse and rolls him over for a pin, but Hurse lets go and rolls over to his feet. Both men roll over and get up and Hurse kicks Alex Jr. in the ribs before hooking his head and taking him over with a vertical suplex. Alex Jr. rolls over and starts to get up as Hurse grabs him and helps him up.

Knots: “Damn it! Hurse is going right after Alex Jr. This is more aggressive than we’ve seen from him in a while.”

Sharper: “I’m a bit surprised because considering what happened on Breakdown when Hurse was nearly attacked by Rachel Foxx after just talking to her and wishing her luck.”

Hurse nails Alex Jr. with a forearm and pushes him into a neutral corner. He then nails Alex Jr. with another forearm before nailing him with a back elbow to the jaw. Alex Jr. winces and Hurse grabs him and wrenches the arm. Hurse then pulls him down to the mat before jumping up and stomping at the shoulder. Alex Jr. winces and Hurse turns and pulls himself up onto the middle turnbuckle. Alex Jr. rolls over and starts to get up only for Hurse to dive forward and drive his elbow into the back of Alex Jr.’s head. Alex Jr. rolls over and Hurse drops down for the pin.

Hurse grabs Alex back to his feet and then wrenches the arm again, but Alex Jr. reaches up and rakes the eyes. Hurse turns away and walks down the ropes, near Rick Rohl before turning around and Alex Jr. jumps up and dropkicks him in the jaw.

Dawson: “Hurse getting his eyes raked and Alex Desoubrais Jr. taking advantage.”

Sharper: “You see how close Hurse came to Rick Rohl. They may be less antagonistic to one another, but that was a perfect chance for a tag to avoid this and Rohl didn’t take it.”

Knots: “Maybe he’s just too dumb to think that far ahead.”

Hurse gets back up and Alex Jr. kicks him in the ribs. He then grabs him and whips him into the ropes. Hurse bounces off the ropes and Alex Jr. turns and nails him with a back elbow and then hits an elbow drop. Knots: “Time to watch him get dismantled.”

Dawson: “And Rachel is not one to mess with. Especially now. She’s hardly in the mood to mess around.”

Hurse leans on the ropes and Rachel Foxx turns around and runs into the far ropes. She bounces off them before running back towards Hurse and jumping up and landing on his back with both of her knees. She hops back and Hurse falls back. Hurse then runs back into the ropes and Rachel gets up and he clotheslines her down. The crowd cheers and Hurse then walks around the ring. Rachel starts to pull herself up.

Sharper: “Hurse coming back now. He’s still one of the best overall minds in the game despite his being a bit off.”

Knots: “A bit off. That’s like saying that Canada is a bit north of here.”

Dawson: “Despite that, his win-loss record speaks for itself.”

Rachel turns around and Hurse kicks her in the ribs. He then drives her down with a DDT. Hurse then rolls over and looks over to Rick Rohl and tags him in. The crowd ohs and then boos as Rohl rolls off of Rachel and Alex Jr. gets up smiling.

Sharper: “A bit of a sacrifice there and Rohl takes out Rachel and Alex Desoubrais Jr. takes advantage.”

Dawson: “They are crafty, but again, they also are in some ways realistic. They’re willing to do all they can to win, even put their own well-being on the line.”

However as Rachel stumbles back, we then see Justin Davis sprint down from the back. He runs down and slides into the ring. He then turns and goes over to Rick Rohl before low blowing him from behind. The crowd erupts in boos.

The crowd boos as the three look around at the carnage around them. The boos continue as Rachel and Davis both let out a laugh and Alex Desoubrais Jr. just smirks as the scene fades to black.

The scene opens with a blue light flashing down on a steel mesh fence. This suddenly fades to a shot of Asher Hayes locking in the Dream Killer on the top of the Tactical Warfare cage. This is followed up by a shot of The Real Speed throwing Jay Gold into the side of the cage. We seen the camera start to continue to go around the cage.

“It is a structure built for pain....built for chaos....but yet for order as well....”

We see a shot of Shawn Winters hitting the Graven Image inside the Tactical Warfare cage, followed by a shot of Phoenix hitting the Into the Ashes on Cid Turner. This is followed by a shot of CHBK hitting the Bittersweet Ending on Alex Desoubrais Jr.

“It is a structure built to remove all unneeded variables...a structure for equality....but a structure for tests....”

The camera then suddenly pulls away from the close up views and shows the entirety of the Tactical Warfare cage before slowly fading out.

The Tactical Warfare logo then comes up on the screen.

“SCW presents Tactical Warfare, live on Sunday, April 18, 2010...only on Pay Per View!”

The crowd cheers as we return to the live shot of the Thomas & Mack Center.

Sharper: “Tactical Warfare returns next month on Pay Per View as we are live in the Staples Center in Los Angeles. It’s going to be huge.”

Knots: “I remember last year’s Tactical Warfare. If that was any indication, this is going to be insane!”

Chris Lawler vs. Adam Riddick

"Remember the Name" by Fort Minor hits over the PA System and the crowd roars in boos as Chris Lawler comes out from behind the curtain and stands at the top of the entranceway with a huge smile on his face. Lawler starts to make his way down to the ring and the crowd boos even louder as Lawler smirks and taunts them and talks trash to them. Lawler slides into the ring and then taunts the crowd and gets ready for the match.

Dawson: “Ladies and Gentlemen, we are about to witness a war.”

Sharper: “That’s putting it mildly. No disrespect to the Underground contenders, but these men are going to rip each other limb from limb in a matter of minutes. For the past month, we’ve watched the tensions grow and the temperatures rise… now it’s time for the eruption.”

Knots: “Let just hope it’s one of ‘your’ eruptions, Sharpie.”

Sharper: “Excuse me?”

Knots: “Yeah. According to your wife, they don’t last long.”

The all-too-familiar piano begins to play. The lights slowly fade until there is nothing but darkness. A spot-lit form of Adam Riddick appears on the screen, his head lowered. He's there for but a moment, but then disappears. The song continues.

"I stand accused before you
I have no tears to cry
And you will never break me
Until the day I die."

A lone spotlight flashes across the arena and lands on the stage. Adam Riddick is standing within the spotlight, his head lowered. Slowly, he lifts his head and walks towards the ring as the song continues to play.

"A criminal mind is all I
All I ever known
They tried to reform me
But I'm made of cold stone"

Riddick stands before the ring, looking at the ominous structure. He stands there for a moment before hopping onto the ring apron with one knee, and dashing up the turnbuckle. The spotlight is till on him.

"A criminal mind is all I
All I've ever had
Ask one who's known me
If I'm really so bad"

With a smooth motion, Riddick takes off his sunglasses and opens his eyes. A smirk appears on his face as he looks at the audience.

"I am."

Sharper: “This all started when Riddick blind-sided Lawler backstage.”

Knots: “What did you expect? …the man was moving in on his wife!”

Sharper: “They’re old friends!”

Knots: “Technicalities!”

As Riddick hands off his sunglasses, Lawler charges in with a brutal lariat, catching Riddick in the back of the head and knocking him to the canvas. Looking down at the shades, Lawler crushes them beneath his boot before laying the stomps to the side of Riddick’s head, forcing him to roll away and struggle to his feet. As Riddick stands he’s met with a hard right hand, then a second and a third, before Lawler drives a back elbow into the side of Riddick’s jaw. Dazed, Riddick tries to answer back, but Lawler blocks it and unloads another right hand, before driving a kick to Riddick’s gut, knocking him back into the ropes. Riddick rebounds off the ropes right into Lawler, who sweeps him up and plants him with a pinning sidewalk slam.

One!

Riddick immediately gets the shoulder up. Getting to his feet, Lawler pulls him up to his knees and drives a bionic elbow into the top of his head, then blasts him with another right hand before scooping him up and slamming him down to the mat. Arching his back in pain, Riddick tries to roll away, but Lawler leaps up and comes down across his back with a brutal knee drop.

Dawson: “Lawler is just dominating the start of this match. He’s got Riddick down, hurt, and working at his pace. The ‘Rocker’ needs to stop this onslaught or he’s got no chance.”

Sharper: “Adam Riddick has not had the best luck since making his return. He’s oh-and-three right now, including that hard-fought loss to Blake Mason on the last BreakDown! …Still, I doubt the win means a damn thing to either of these men compared to simply destroying the other.”

Knots: “That’s why they’re both losers. Winners KNOW winning is everything.”

Pulling Riddick to his feet, Lawler backs him up into the ropes and drives a right hand into the side of his head, then lifts a knee into his ribs. Whipping Riddick to the far side, Lawler lunges forward with a big boot, but Riddick ducks underneath. Hitting the ropes again, Riddick comes off with a shoulder block, knocking Lawler to the canvas. Pushing to his feet, Riddick immediately drops an elbow into Lawler’s heart, followed by a second, and then a big leg drop across his face, causing Lawler to roll away in pain. Lawler gets to his feet and Riddick comes in with a forearm shot, but it’s blocked. Both men lock up, and Lawler begins to force Riddick back into the corner, pushing his head back over the turnbuckle with a claw-hold. Grabbing at Lawler’s wrist, Riddick tries to free himself, but Lawler brings a knee up into his gut, and then clubs him across the back of the neck. Grabbing Riddick’s head in both hands, Lawler hurls him back into the turnbuckles. Riddick bounces off and Lawler catches him with a belly-to-belly suplex, throwing him out into the center of the ring. Arching in pain, Riddick rolls to his knees and gets up just in time to duck a clothesline from Lawler. As Lawler turns around, he’s met with a dropkick to the knee from Riddick, sending him down into the mat face-first. Riddick gets back to his feet and pulls Lawler up as well, locking both arms before driving him down with a double-arm powerbomb. Still holding Lawler’s legs, he flips over into a bridged pin.

Dawson: “Lawler with the shoulder up; and Riddick’s looking to do some damage of his own.”

Sharper: “He took a real beating in the opening minutes, but the ‘Rocker’ knows how to fight through the pain better than anyone.”

Getting to his feet, Riddick stomps at Lawler a few times, and then drops down with a head-butt, causing Lawler to cry out as he rolls away, cupping his skull with one hand. Charging in, Riddick grabs him and swings out into a neck-breaker, again pulling a scream of pain from Lawler, who rolls under the ropes and out onto the floor. A few of the ringside fans mock him from behind the guardrail, but he ignores them while catching his breath. Turning back to the ring, he’s caught with a diving cross-body as Riddick slingshots himself over the ropes. The crowd roars in approval as Riddick pulls himself to his feet and again stomps a mudhole into Lawler’s ribs. Reaching down, he pulls him up, but Lawler shoves him back into the steel post, before crushing him with a body splash. Grimacing, Riddick staggers away from the pole and Lawler sweeps him up before turning and spine-busting him down across the steel steps!

Dawson: “Good God! …did you hear the thud of Riddick’s spine against those steps?”

Sharper: “I did… and I wish I hadn’t. What a sickening, sickening sound!”

Knots: “Are you kidding?! …that was beautiful! …I wish I had that on my iPod!”

Reaching back, Riddick rolls off the steps onto the mats, crying out in pain as he struggles up to his hands and knees. Stalking up behind him, Lawler drops an elbow into his back, then rolls to his feet and does it again, drawing more cries from Riddick each time. A cruel smile cuts across Lawler’s face as he pulls Riddick up and whips him into the guardrail, following in with a thunderous clothesline that knocks the ‘Rocker’ over the fence and into the crowd. Rolling into the ring to stop the count, Lawler drops back down onto the floor and crosses to the fence. As he reaches for Riddick’s hair, he’s caught with a snapped jab to the jaw. Riddick snaps off another one, then a knife-edged chop before grabbing Lawler’s head and smashing it down into the guardrail. Dazed, Lawler tries for a back elbow, but Riddick blocks it and smashes Lawler’s head into the steel fencing again. Lawler slumps against the guardrail as Riddick motions the crowd back to give himself room. Running up to the fence, he grabs Lawler’s head and snaps off the ‘Silver Lining’ as he flips over the guardrail. Landing hard on the mats, Riddick rolls away with a grimace of pain, as Lawler’s body convulses from the impact. Inside the ring, the referee reaches a count of five as Riddick struggles to pull himself to his feet. Grabbing the bottom rope, he pulls himself up onto the apron and slides into the ring to stop it, before dropping back out onto the floor again. Lawler has gotten to his knees and is trying to push himself to his feet. Riddick comes up behind him and kicks him in the ribs, knocking him over onto his back. Heaving a few much-needed breaths, Riddick pulls Lawler to his feet and rolls him back into the ring. Climbing up onto the apron, and then up onto the top rope, he measures it up before coming off with a frog splash… but Lawler rolls out of the way at the last second. Bouncing over onto his back, Riddick curls up and clutches his ribs, groaning out loud while trying to suck the air back into his lungs. Not far away, Lawler lays motionless facedown.

Knots: “Oh, this just keeps getting better and better!”

Dawson: “Sarcasm or not, Knots, you ain’t kiddin’! … Both men taking a severe beating outside the ring, but Lawler just bought himself a second wind by avoiding that splash from Riddick.”

Sharper: “Obviously, that hurt his ribs, but you have to think about the shock he took to his spine with that landing. Lawler almost crippled him on the floor and a big impact like that with nothing to pad it? …that’s not good. Not good at all.”

Standing between them, the referee continues the ten count as Riddick crawls to the corner and uses the turnbuckles to drag himself to his feet. Lawler begins to struggle to his knees as well. Pushing out of the corner, Riddick stumbles over to Lawler and begins to pull him up, but Lawler buries a right hand into his injured ribs. He nails a second one, then an elbow causing Riddick to stagger back. Lunging up to his feet, Lawler connects with a stiff uppercut that snaps Riddick’s head back and stuns him long enough for Lawler to smash a double axe-handle to the top of the head, dropping Riddick to a knee. Tucking his head between his legs, Lawler pulls him up and spikes him with a jumping piledriver, before slumping into a haphazard cover.

Rolling onto his back, Lawler roars in frustration before sitting up and climbing to his feet, grabbing a handful of hair and pulling Riddick up with him. Depleted, Riddick tries to land a few shots to Lawler’s ribs, but they have no strength. Cupping Riddick’s head, Lawler smashes it with a head-butt, not just once, but twice, before lifting the man high over his head with a gorilla press. The crowd jeers at the threat of the ‘Lawler Cutter’, but instead, he walks over to the corner and drops Riddick down across the top rope throat-first. Riddick’s body crumples to the mat as he struggles for breath. Lawler pulls him up and shoves him back against the turnbuckle, unloading with hard right hands and stiff kicks to the gut, before whipping him across to the far corner. Charging in after him, Lawler spins and smashes back-first into Riddick’s ribs, injuring them even further as the ‘Rocker’ slumps to the canvas in sheer agony.

Sharper: “Brutality. Sheer brutality. That’s all this match has been from the start!”

Dawson: “Lawler is just intent on breaking every last bone in Riddick’s body, starting with those ribs… if he hasn’t already. It’s gotta’ be getting hard for Riddick to breath by now.”

Sharper: “Not only that, but with his ribs weakened that badly, there’s no way he can support Lawler’s weight for that burning hammer of his.”

Knots: (snoring sounds) …huh… wha? …aw, come on… is this match still going?!

Dragging Riddick to his feet, Lawler lifts him up and sits him on the top turnbuckle before climbing up onto the second rope. Tucking Riddick’s head beneath his arm, he pulls them both up to the top, setting up the super-plex. Hooking his foot in the ropes, Riddick blocks it as best he can, struggling to break loose. Driving hard punches into Lawler’s ribs, he pulls his head loose and jams his shoulder into Lawler’s gut. Knocked off-balance, Lawler staggers for a minute, before his foot slips and drops him down crotch-first on the top rope. The crowd groans in sympathy as Riddick slides down off the turnbuckles. Hunched over, Lawler is too weak to stop Riddick from shifting him onto the top turnbuckle. Pulling Lawler across his shoulders, Riddick drops down with a sloppy burning hammer, dumping Lawler on his head.

Dawson: “That’s how he’ll get it! …Edge of Reason on the ‘Music City Mauler’!”

Sharper: “Super-Plex backfires on Lawler, and Riddick leaps in for the pin!”

The crowd boos as Adam Riddick rolls off. He then turns and looks at Chris Lawler as he slowly has his arm raised. Kassie Khane reluctantly applauds before looking up at Adam Riddick. Riddick smiles as he then raises both of his arms and then motions for Kassie Khane to enter the ring. She looks a bit unsure but does so anyways, hopping onto the apron and entering into the ring. She then walks over to Riddick and applauds as the crowd continues to boo.

Sharper: “Well as Adam Riddick and Kassie Khane celebrate, we are about to see a match that will be very different. Thirty minutes. Ultimate Submission. Hudson wants to make history.”

Dawson: “He’s got thirty minutes to do it. He needs to make CHBK tap in that time, or he loses his chance.”

Sharper: “Let’s look at how we came to this match here tonight.”

A recap video plays showing Hudson trying to get the attention of CHBK by making people repeatedly tap out after matches. This is followed by the ending of the Gang Rulz match where Sasha throws in the towel. We see the negotiations for the match including Sasha Drachewych being banned from the arena and the announcement of the match.

CHBK vs. Josh Hudson

Thirty Minute Ultimate Submission Match

“Love Me or Hate Me, It Doesn’t Make a Difference" can be heard throughout the arena, as it echoes through the PA system and then it breaks into “Lie". Out from the back steps none other than Josh Hudson. He stops atop the entrance ramp, and looks out into the crowd and nods his head yes, and then begins to head down to the ring. He ignores the various boos and the middle fingers and trash talk from the fans, walking down the ramp with a smirk on his face. He continues to slowly make his way to the ring, a look of determination on his face as he slides underneath the ropes. He climbs to the top rope and stares out into the crowd, smirking, before dropping down and sitting against the turnbuckle, waiting for the match to begin.

Sharper: “And this is the match many of us have been waiting for. Josh Hudson has wanted to make CHBK tap more than anything in the world. He wants to make history.”

Knots: “And he’s got thirty minutes, unopposed, and without any obstacles.”

Sharper: “But after those thirty minutes are up, it’s over. He’s out of luck. He needs to make CHBK tap during that time period.”

“This is How a Heart Breaks” plays throughout the arena and the crowd immediately starts to cheer. CHBK walks out from the back with his arms outstretched and pyro shoots out from the sides of the entrance way. CHBK then walks down to the ring as the crowd continues to cheer. He reaches the ring and runs up the steel steps and onto the apron. He takes a few steps before entering the ring and spinning around a few times. He then stops in the center of the ring and poses in the center of the ring leading camera flashes as pyro shoots out of the ringposts. He then takes off his entrance attire and places it on the outside before turning around and Hudson nails him with a hard right. CHBK staggers back and Hudson walks over and nails him again as the referee calls for the bell.

Sharper: “And here we go! Hudson’s not wasting time.”

Dawson: “Didn’t even wait for the bell to ring and he’s not even going for a hold. He’s just trying to knock CHBK around!”

Hudson kicks him in the ribs and nails him with another hard right. CHBK ends up in the corner and Hudson moves forward and nails him with a shot to the ribs and then another as CHBK winces with each blow, focusing on the taped ribs. Hudson then kicks him in the ribs before lifting him up and nailing him with a chop to the chest. The crowd woos as CHBK winces. Hudson then pushes back and starts to choke CHBK in the corner. The referee moves in and starts to call for the break.

Hudson lets go and turns to the referee, walking right up to him and he backs away. He then turns around and walks over to CHBK and CHBK lunges and nails him with a chop. The crowd woos. He chops him again and the crowd woos again before CHBK spins Hudson into the corner and then nails him with a hard right. CHBK then moves up and climbs to the middle rope and nails him with a couple of hard rights, but Hudson pushes him off. CHBK hits hard and rolls back. Hudson then runs out of the corner and attempts a hard clothesline, but CHBK ducks. Hudson stops and turns around and CHBK lunges, attempting a superkick, but Hudson falls down to the mat immediately and CHBK stops before quickly grabbing the legs of Hudson. Hudson starts to move back towards the ropes as the crowd roars. Hudson manages to get to the bottom rope and hugs it. CHBK slowly backs away before then looking at Hudson. Hudson slowly starts to pull himself up to his feet on the apron.

Sharper: “Very close to Hudson being knocked unconscious.”

Dawson: “While that won’t necessarily get a fall, it can prevent a submission hold from being blocked.”

Knots: “And Hudson almost got the worst case scenario. Middle of the ring and almost had CHBK lock something in on him.”

Hudson gets up on the apron and then steps through the ropes and slowly walks in. He then starts to move forward and CHBK suddenly drops down and lifts Hudson up. He pushes him back into the corner and then nails him with a shoulder thrust to the ribs. He backs up and nails him again. He backs up and hits him a third time and then backs away before nailing Hudson with a hard uppercut. Hudson staggers out of the corner and CHBK quickly snapmares him down and then he gets him in a waistlock and rolls over, turning Hudson to his side. Hudson winces as CHBK continues to squeeze as the referee checks on him.

Sharper: “This is a smart move early in this match. CHBK showing his experience. This wears down the ribs of Hudson, limits his breathing, but also allows CHBK to protect his ribs.”

Knots: “But this is definitely just going to piss Hudson off and with twenty eight minutes to go, CHBK isn’t going to keep this on forever.”

Dawson: “Nor is Hudson going to just sit there and take it.”

CHBK keeps the hold on as Hudson winces. He tries to push up, but CHBK squeezes hard and Hudson winces and falls back to the mat. He looks forward before rolling over and getting to a seated position. CHBK sits up and tries to drive his elbow into the face, pushing it back, but Hudson shakes it off. CHBK then tries to grab Hudson, but Hudson shakes again and then attempts to nail CHBK with an elbow, but CHBK is too far back. Hudson then tries to push CHBK’s legs apart, but CHBK leans back and keeps squeezing. Hudson winces and smacks the mat in frustration and CHBK squeezes again and Hudson looks around. The crowd starts to lull a bit as CHBK keeps the hold on. He continues to keep it on, only for Hudson to start to move a bit, but CHBK continues to be enough dead weight.

Dawson: “Hudson doesn’t know what to do. It’s a simple hold.”

Knots: “Well yeah, Hudson got CHBK out on a different variation of this.”

CHBK keeps the hold on and Hudson  then turns and nails him with a hard elbow to the leg. CHBK winces a bit, but holds on. Hudson then rears back and nails him again. He then nails him a third time and CHBK loses his grip enough for Hudson to roll out of it. He winces and holds his ribs a bit. CHBK rolls over and starts to get up, limping a bit before walking to the corner and shaking out the leg. Hudson gets up and he turns and then runs at CHBK and CHBK moves out of the way as CHBK drives him into the corner. Hudson staggers back and CHBK then hoists him up and throws him back with a back suplex. Hudson rolls over and CHBK then turns and knees him hard in the ribs. Hudson rolls over and CHBK then starts to pull himself up. Hudson gets up slowly as he starts to pull himself up.

Sharper: “Hudson managing to get out of that hold by going for the leg, but CHBK is being very cautious. He’s letting Hudson be the aggressor.”

Knots: “Well of course. He made it clear on Breakdown. Hudson needs to beat him, not the other way around. And Hudson’s going to do everything he can to do that!”

Dawson: “And plus, given CHBK being unsure about Drachewych and his motives, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s looking to keep himself in good enough shape to stop that.”

Hudson gets up and CHBK walks over and kicks him in the ribs. He then nails him with a hard right before whipping Hudson into the ropes. Hudson spins through and sends CHBK into the ropes. CHBK bounces off the ropes and jumps up and hits a flying forearm. He then turns and nips up as Hudson rolls over. He slowly gets up and CHBK kicks him in the ribs before grabbing him and going to lift him up for a gutwrench, but Hudson turns and takes CHBK down with a leg takedown. With CHBK on his stomach, he then grabs the leg of CHBK and lifts it up before smashing it into the mat. CHBK winces and rolls over and Hudson stomps him in the leg. He then turns and stomps him in the ribs as CHBK rolls over. The crowd boos as CHBK starts to lift himself up over in the corner, but Hudson just walks over and kicks him in the ribs then the leg and then stomps away at the ribs over and over and over again. The crowd boos as CHBK ends up in the corner, downed. Hudson then walks around before then turning around and running at CHBK and hitting a running dropkick to him. The crowd ohs as CHBK just falls over, holding his ribs. Hudson rolls over and smirks.

Sharper: “And Josh Hudson may have just gotten his break.”

Dawson: “Going after the ribs. Going after the leg. He’s going after anything he’s put any sort of target on.”

CHBK starts to slowly lift himself up and Hudson walks over and grabs CHBK. He then pulls him in and knees him in the ribs. CHBK winces and Hudson then gutwrenches him up before spinning around and driving him down into his knee, stomach first. CHBK rolls over, holding his ribs in pain. He starts to stir. Hudson then grabs CHBK and hoists him back up before lifting him up and placing him down hard across his knee again. This time, however, he pushes down, driving his knee into the ribs of CHBK. CHBK winces as the crowd boos. Hudson continues to push down as CHBK continues to struggle.

Knots: “And now for CHBK to go to hell and feel like hell.”

Sharper: “Hudson driving his knee into the ribs of CHBK and we know those ribs are not at one hundred percent.”

Hudson pushes down a bit and CHBK tries to grab the leg. He continues to pull on it before managing to extend it. Hudson loses his grip and falls down before pulling Hudson down to the mat. CHBK attempts to grab the leg, but Hudson pushes back with his other leg. Both men get up and Hudson nails CHBK with a hard clothesline. The crowd ohs and CHBK rolls onto his stomach. Hudson walks around before then looking at CHBK. He then walks over and stomps him in the back of the head. He then turns and steps over CHBK before lifting him up and drags him up to his feet before clubbing him across the chest. CHBK winces. He staggers back and Hudson spins him around. He then knees him in the ribs again. CHBK falls down to his knees.

Dawson: “Those ribs have to be killing him. Hudson just keeps targeting them.”

Knots: “And don’t forget the leg which he already went after a bit.”

Sharper: “Hudson came in with a plan. So did CHBK. But it seems that Hudson is starting to win out here.”

Hudson then grabs CHBK and lifts him up again before lifting him up onto his shoulders. He then goes to lift him up, but CHBK turns and lands on his feet. He nails Hudson with a hard right, but Hudson then kicks him in the ribs. He then turns and runs into the ropes. Hudson bounces off the ropes and CHBK stands up and goes for a clothesline, but Hudson counters with a spear. CHBK rolls over, holding his ribs in pain as Hudson rolls over and smirks. The crowd boos and Hudson then walks over and as CHBK gets up, grabs him from behind in a reverse bearhug. The crowd starts to roar and Hudson tries to pull back, but CHBK jumps up before twisting and grabbing the tights of Hudson and dropping to the mat, using the momentum to throw Hudson through the ropes and to the floor. The crowd cheers and CHBK slowly gets up. He then turns and climbs up the turnbuckle to the top rope. Hudson slowly starts to get up on the floor and then turns to the ring only for CHBK to dive off the top rope and hit a double axe handle smash to the head. Hudson falls to the mats as CHBK falls to his knees and looks up.

Dawson: “CHBK takes a chance and it works out, knocking Hudson down. But CHBK also saved himself.”

Knots: “Yeah. That reverse bearhug had been put on, it was over for CHBK!”

CHBK then pulls himself up and Hudson rolls over and slowly starts to get up. He then spins him around before then pushing him back and driving him into the ringpost. The crowd ohs as Hudson yells in pain. CHBK then turns and spins him around before lifting him up and hitting a back suplex into the barricade. The crowd ohs as Hudson rolls over, holding his back and head in pain. CHBK rolls over and slowly gets up. He then turns to Hudson and as Hudson holds his head, CHBK grabs him and then turns and rolls him into the ring. Hudson rolls over and CHBK slowly slides in afterwards.

Sharper: “What did that back suplex do? Head and neck and back all against the barricade, driven into it.”

Knots: “CHBK may just be looking to make it so Hudson is injured, not necessarily ready for a submission.”

Hudson rolls over and slowly starts to get up and CHBK looks at him before turning and running over and hitting a swinging neckbreaker. Hudson rolls over and winces in pain. CHBK then sits him up and grabs the head of Hudson. He then grabs him by the head and pulls him up in a dragon sleeper. The crowd cheers as CHBK pulls back. Hudson drops back as the referee moves in to check. Hudson shakes his head as CHBK continues to pull back. Hudson continues to fight as he starts to grab CHBK around his waist. He starts to move around, but CHBK tries to plant his feet, but Hudson decides, despite the risk to greater leverage, jumps off the middle rope and backflips back and around CHBK. He then counters by locking CHBK in a dragon sleeper, but instead of holding on by standing, he drops down to the mat and scissors him, bringing him down to the ring and the crowd starts to roar before booing and CHBK manages to move his feet forward enough to grab the bottom rope. He continues to hold on as Hudson keeps the hold on for a few moments.

Hudson lets go and rolls back as CHBK rolls over. He winces, holding his ribs a bit and then slowly starts to get up, but Hudson grabs him and then hits a gutwrench suplex. CHBK rolls over and Hudson then walks over and grabs CHBK and lifts his knees before driving it into his ribs.

Sharper: “And back to the ribs.”

Knots: “And with that dragon sleeper that Hudson locked in, as did CHBK, that had to stretch out the ribs and cause some extra pain.”

Dawson: “No doubt. And you can see now that both are taking a few more chances.”

Hudson then bends over and grabs CHBK and lifts him up. He then kicks him in the ribs before then hoisting him up and suplexing him onto the top rope. CHBK winces and Hudson then walks over to the corner. He pulls himself up to the middle rope and looks over and smirks before jumping up and hitting a leg drop to the back of CHBK’s head, knocking him back up and over and into the ring. Hudson then turns and sits CHBK up and grabs him before lifting him up. He then turns and whips him into the ropes. CHBK bounces off the ropes, but Hudson then runs at him and buries his knee into his ribs. CHBK flips over and holds his ribs in pain. The crowd boos as CHBK slowly starts to get up.

Dawson: “Those ribs have a huge target painted on them and Hudson continues to focus right on them.”

Knots: “Yeah and CHBK isn’t going to be able to hold on forever.”

CHBK gets up and Hudson kicks him in the ribs. CHBK falls to his knees and then starts to pull himself up and Hudson kicks him again. CHBK winces again. Hudson just smirks before he turns and whips him into the ropes. CHBK bounces off the ropes and Hudson scoops him up and into a tilt-a-whirl ribbreaker. The crowd ohs as CHBK rolls over, clearly in agony. Hudson just smirks as he walks over and then stomps CHBK in the back of the head.

Sharper: “And with now we’re just getting around the ten minute point into this match, it’s just showing that it may be too much for CHBK.”

Dawson: “Yeah. CHBK is being decimated and Hudson’s sense of urgency is gone. He knows he has CHBK under control.”

CHBK starts to get back up and Hudson stomps him in the back of the head again. CHBK rolls over and then starts to pull himself up and Hudson grabs him and clubs him in the back. He then turns and knees him in the chest. CHBK winces and Hudson then scoops him up before dropping him down in a ribbreaker. He then turns and whips CHBK into the corner. CHBK hits hard and Hudson then turns and runs in and nails him with a vicious clothesline. CHBK just drops down to the corner as the crowd ohs. Hudson then turns and steps out of the ring before dropping down to the floor.

Sharper: “CHBK looks in bad shape here. As he hits hard in the corner.”

Dawson: “And Hudson’s methodical style gets to now come into overdrive and take advantage of this situation.”

Hudson turns and looks at CHBK and he the grabs him by the arm and pulls him down, causing CHBK to fall to the mat on his back. He then grabs his arm and pulls before reaching over and grabbing the leg and pulling back. CHBK is driven into the ringpost as his ribs continue to grind against the steel. CHBK yells in pain and Hudson continues to pull back. The referee runs over and starts to count, as for the break.

Hudson lets go. He then looks at CHBK and nails him with a hard right. CHBK rolls over and starts to crawl away, holding his ribs in pain.

Sharper: “CHBK bring driven into that ringpost and just grinding against that.”

Knots: “Those ribs aren’t going to be in one piece when Hudson is done. He’s just going right for them and continuously going after them. CHBK should just tap and this is over for him.”

Dawson: “I doubt that. Hudson could then make him tap again. There’s still twenty minutes to go.”

Hudson slides into the ring and slowly starts to pull himself up. CHBK continues to crawl away and Hudson then drops down and hits an elbow to the back of CHBK. CHBK falls down to the mat. Hudson then looks at him and smirks. He then lifts him up before turning and whipping him into the ropes. CHBK bounces off the ropes and Hudson lifts him up and hits a huge flapjack. CHBK bounces off the mat and then drops down to the floor. Hudson then steps over and smirks before placing his knees on the back of CHBK and then reaches over and pulls back on his neck. CHBK winces as CHBK has his back, neck and ribs stretched out.

Sharper: “Oh God. More pressure on the ribs and on CHBK’s historically bad back.”

Dawson: “He’s just destroying him here.”

CHBK struggles as Hudson keeps pulling back, trying to add as much pressure as possible before then letting go with one arm and nailing CHBK in the ribs. He then starts to pull back with both arms again. CHBK winces and the referee checks for the break. CHBK yells no as Hudson keeps pulling back. He continues to pull back before CHBK is pulled back as Hudson then gets his knee of him. CHBK is brought up to his knees and Hudson nails him with a hard shot to the ribs and then another and another before Hudson jumps up and pulls CHBK back, but into Hudson’s knees. CHBK then rolls over and holds the back of his head in pain. Hudson then turns and walks over and grabs CHBK and slowly lifts him up. He then kicks him in the ribs before turning and whipping him hard into the turnbuckle, chest first. CHBK then stumbles back and falls to the mat.

Dawson: “And again, CHBK driven hard, chest first, ribs first, into the corner.”

Knots: “He just needs to tap. Hudson I guarantee will let up. He’ll make the point he wanted.”

Hudson walks over and grabs CHBK. He then turns and takes him over with a snap suplex in front of the corner. Hudson rolls over and exits to the apron before starting to climb up to the top rope. The crowd boos loudly as Hudson gets to the top rope. Hudson climbs up and then looks over and smirks before diving forward and hitting a flying knee drop to the ribs. Hudson then grabs him and scoops him up and hits one ribbreaker before lifting him back up and hitting another ribbreaker. He then lifts him up and hit a third ribbreaker and Hudson throws CHBK down. Hudson then turns and rolls him over onto his stomach before crossing his legs. He then steps forward and reaches forward and locks CHBK in the Regal Stretch. Hudson then pulls back as the crowd erupts in boos. CHBK yells in pain and Hudson pulls back as the crowd continues to boo.

Sharper: “Hudson pulling back. More pressure on those injured ribs. That stretch and that may be it.”

Knots: “I can hear him tapping now. I can hear history about to be made!”

Dawson: “CHBK is yelling in pain. Hudson is yelling at him to tap!”

The crowd boos as CHBK hits the ground hard and rolls over. Hudson slowly gets up and smirks as he looks down at CHBK.

Dawson: “This is getting just sad. CHBK hasn’t gotten much offense in for the last few minutes. This has all been Josh Hudson.”

Knots: “He’s younger. He’s better. He’s more talented. What’s surprising by this?”

Sharper: “Well if he’s so good, CHBK is putting up the fight of his life. He’s forty-six, but the former five time Champion has yet to tap.”

Hudson slowly steps through the ropes. He drops down to the floor and CHBK slowly stirs. Hudson then bends over and grabs CHBK and then lifts him up. But instead of sticking with that, he then flips over and pulls back, causing the arm to torque in an awkward way.

Sharper: “CHBK going for the arm now. He’s going for anything to show Hudson down.”

Knots: “And maybe buying himself time. But look at his body. He’s got to be in pain too!”

Sharper: “Both have been doing that, but with each shot, CHBK clearly in pain and notice, he’s getting distance.”

Knots: “Smart move. Hudson gets his hands on CHBK and it’s over. Nearly has been multiple times.”

Dawson: “But Hudson needs to hurry up if he wants to make history. We’re getting to the ten minutes left mark and it’s still zero-zero.”

CHBK however looks over and smirks.

Sharper: “CHBK going high risk. It pays off and more impact to the chest and ribs of Hudson!”

He then lifts it up for a third time and it drops. The referee turns and the bell sounds once to signify a pin. Hudson just looks at the referee before then noticing that CHBK didn’t tap. He turns to the clock as the clock now continues under twenty seconds.

Sharper: “Hudson has a fall! CHBK is unconscious from the hold! The Katahatjme has incapacitated him!”

Knots: “But that’s not a submission!”

Dawson: “But it counts as a fall!’

Hudson starts to frantically look at CHBK. HE starts to yell at him loudly enough for the cameras to hear him.

Hudson: “Tap! Damn it! Tap!”

Hudson then lifts up the arm and starts to tap it against the arm, making it seem that CHBK is tapping but the referee says know. He tells Hudson to let go and Hudson continues to shake the arm, hoping that CHBK will just start to tap as the crowd counts down.

The bell sounds and Hudson lets go before falling to the mat with his hands up to his face. The crowd roars before boos come from all over. The referee then turns and points at Hudson before walking over and raising his arm in victory.

Sharper: “Hudson wins the match, but he didn’t make CHBK tap!”

Knots: “No...he was so close!”

Dawson: “Hudson had the Katahatjme locked in perfectly and it did what it’s intended.”

Sharper: “And CHBK is unconscious! Hudson realizing that too late. He had the move to defeat CHBK, but not to make him submit!”

Hudson rips his arm away. He looks around, clearly unsure before turning to CHBK. He then stomps him in the back of the head. He stomps him again and again and again before grabbing him. CHBK however is out of it, so he just yanks him up before lifting him up as best as he can on his shoulder and drilling him with a Go 2 Sleep out of frustration. The referee walks over and tries to stop him, but Hudson just nails him with a hard right. He then turns and grabs CHBK and hoists him up back up before lifting him back onto his shoulders and throwing him forward and hitting another Go 2 Sleep. The crowd ohs as CHBK rolls over back onto his back, completely out of it. Several officials run down to the ring as they immediately step in between Hudson and CHBK. Hudson just looks down at CHBK and looks around before slowly stepping back and then dropping down to the floor. He slowly walks around the ring, still in disbelief.

Sharper: “Hudson has snapped. This was not how he thought tonight would go.”

Dawson: “And he leaves with a win...but not in the way he’d like it.”

Sharper: “And there is no round three...”

The scene then cuts backstage as we see Madison Steward standing backstage in the Steward locker room, with Paris Dannon who sips on her drink.

Madison: “Where the hell is Gigi? Katie said she’d be here. I want to know-“

Paris: “Listen kid. It’s probably best you drop it. Any Steward...you talk to them and it’s just not going to end well for you.”

Madison: “But Gigi was my friend-“

Paris: “Again....just don’t.”

Just then the door opens and Madison looks up before looking a bit angry, and then recomposing herself. We see Gigi walk forward and look down and look at Paris.

Paris: “Don’t mind me. This is my third drink.”

Madison: “Gigi...”

Gigi: “Yeah...Madison.....sorry...”

Madison: “Sorry?”

Gigi: “Yeah....well....sorry...”

Madison: “Um....why though? I don’t care about sorry. I just want to know why. I thought you’d be happy that I was going to try and bring the title home.”

Gigi just looks down, fumbling for some sort of response just when we hear the door open again and Gigi glances back before looking a bit confused. Paris looks up and then smirks.

Paris: “Oh hell no...”

Just then we see Robin Brooks walks forward as the crowd roars in boos.

Robin: “So....uh...I’ll put it this way. I’ve been told I’m allowed back. And well, where’s Katie?”

Paris: “On her way to the ring.”

Robin: “Oh. Well....what are we doing back here?”

Paris: “She wants to prove she can do it herself.”

Robin: “Heh....I need to see this. Come on Gigi...Maddy....something tells me we’re going to enjoy this.”

Gigi: (muttering under breath) Thank God...”

Madison just looks at Gigi still as Robin turns and walks over to the couch and Gigi quickly follows. Madison just shakes her head as she walks around and we go to ringside.

Blake Mason vs. Katie Steward

Dawson: Blake Mason versus Katie Steward is out next match and this one could get ugly real fast. And with Robin here...this is going to get interesting.

Sharper: Careful Dawson, remember TJ is going to be joining us, but as for Blake and Katie they have firing their words back and forth all last month and it came to a head at the 2 for 1 Special in an 8 person tag, but tonight is where the final draw is going to take place.

A "Blake Mason" sign lowers from the ceiling, stopping just above the entrance to the ring. Dimmu Borgir - Perfection or Vanity plays as Blake Mason struts from the backstage area. He walks half way down the ramp. He stops to absorb the crowd react he is currently getting. He clenches his right fist, raises his fist in the air. Not a second later the sign lights up in a huge pyrotechnic display. The sign is now beaming gold, the crowd's jeering gets louder at Blake's larger then life entrance He struts down to the ring, fans booing him as his pyro is still going off. The pyro finally stops just before Blake Mason slides into the ring. He walks over to the nearest turnbuckle and stretches, waiting for his opponent to arrive

Dawson: Blake Mason in the ring waiting for this match to start.

Knots: Blake Mason is on a big roll in the SCW. He’s beaten top guys like Shawn Winters and just recently Adam Riddick. Tonight he looks ready to add Katie Steward to that list.

The lights in the arena dim and Katie is heard laughing as “My Addiction” by Kids of Survival plays on the speaker system. Pink lights fly around the arena as images of Katie Steward are seen on the video screen getting the SCW Fans out of their seats and on their feet. Katie Steward emerges from behind the curtain wearing her long white coat and a shiny tiara rests on her beautiful blonde hair which is now has black streaks running through it. Katie smiles at the live crowd and poses on the stage and it gets rise out of fans.

Katie starts her walk down to ringside as TJ Johnson steps out from behind the curtain and follows her. They make it halfway as a fan at ringside catches Katie’s attention with fans signs that start to bother her, but ends letting roll right off her. Katie laughs at the fans as TJ Johnson jumps out in front and grabs a sign from the fan and he exchanges a few choice words with him. After a few intense moments with the fan, Katie continues her way to the ring.

At ringside, Katie folds her arms over chest and looks back at TJ Johnson as he run by and quickly enters into the ring and grabs the microphone from the ring announcer. He waves them out of the ring. Katie fixes her hair at ringside and walks over to the steel ring step and awaits her introduction.

TJ Johnson: Silence! Your Queen needs your full and undivided attention. Finally the reason why we are all here tonight… She is The Queen of Queens, The Goddess of Desire, The SCW’s Crown Jewel. Get your cameras and video recorders ready for… KATIE STEWARD….

The camera returns to Katie Steward standing at ringside as she fixes her coat and looks up spreading her arms out and smiles big for her glorious introduction as the fans already begin their booing. Katie walks up the steel ring steps and walks on the apron. She bents down enters the rings under the middle rope. She walks over to the opposite corner of ring and climbs onto the ropes and takes off her coat revealing her beautiful wrestling attire to the live crowd as the fans snap a shot of their Goddess. Katie jumps down and walks to the other corner and climbs up on the middle ropes as the lighting returns to normal and the music dies and Katie does one last pose for the fans to get their shot.

TJ Johnson steps out of the ring and heads over and joins the announcer team for some unbiased journalist.

Dawson: Katie Steward looks ready and focuses on the match in hand.

Knots: She didn’t take kindly to Blake recent words against her about being only out for herself. She can’t wait to get her hands around Blake’s neck.

Johnson: Dawson, Sharper, Jonathan doesn’t Katie looks stunning tonight and she is going to be even more beautiful after she gets rid of the nothing Blake Mason.

The referee signals for the bell and it rings throughout the arena to start the match. Katie walks to the center of the ring and already she starts to give Blake an ear full. Katie sticks her finger out and points it and Blake shouting orders and demanding that he begs her to take him back.

Dawson: Katie Steward is shouting instruction to Blake Mason. This is not going to go over to well for her sake.

Blake starts to laugh at Katie who only makes her madder and she jams her finger into his chest and her instructions get louder. Katie turns away and then quickly spins back trying to slap Blake across the face to make him compliant to her orders, but Blake sees it coming and catches Katie’s arm as her hand is inches away from his face. Katie stares face to face at a smiling Blake as he holds onto her wrist and her eyes opens wide with terror.

Sharper: Katie now is getting a handle on the situation she is in. This is one man that no longer obeys her every wish.

Johnson: Lies! Katie is about to break Blake’s will just watch.

Katie pulls her arm away from Blake, but he holds on tight to her wrist. Katie struggles to get away from Blake and pulls her arm again and break Blake’s grip on her. Katie stumbles back to the ropes as she rubs her wrist wear Blake was holding on and she turns back to Blake who throws a punch at Katie and stops half way through it as Katie cover her up and drops to her knees trying to shield herself from Blake’s attack. Katie moves her arms away from her face as she looks up at Blake who is now telling her that she is going to be begging for him.

Sharper: I don’t think Katie had this in mind when she was thinking of how the match was going to go.

Johnson: Blake Mason is out of his mind if he actually thinks he is going to get Katie Steward to beg for him.

Katie starts to crawl away from Blake and talking to him to let her get back to her feet. Blake starts to stalk Katie as she continues to crawl to the ropes and Blake then makes his move and reaches for Katie to grab her, but she rushes with a low blow to Blake.

Johnson: Ha! Yes! What a strategist she is. No one is more brilliant than her.

Dawson: Uh TJ, what isn’t Blake Mason doubling over and holding onto the family jewels?

Johnson: What?

Katie stares face to face with Blake who leans forward and smiles at her as he holds onto her arm just inches away from connecting with a low blow. Katie tries to pull away, but Blake grabs her. Katie lets out a scream while Blake throws her over his shoulder and carries her around the ring. Katie kicks and screams trying to get down and the fans stand on their feet cheering for Blake to slam her.

Johnson: Don’t listen to these ugly people in Nevada. Take your hands off our Queen at once!

Dawson: Blake Mason has Katie Steward right where he wants her. I think he is going to carry her right over the threshold.

Katie struggles to get down as she kicks and screams while the fans start a chant of “Slam Her”. Katie screams “No” as Blake hits a side walk slam and plants Katie in the middle of the ring. Blake then rolls over and covers Katie for the pin.

1…

2…

Katie kicks out right after two count.

Dawson: Blake Mason with a beautiful sidewalk slam gets a 2 count on Katie Steward.

Johnson: Shut Up, there was nothing beautiful about that.

Katie tries to roll away from Blake, but he grabs her and holds her back on the mat for another pin attempt.

1…

2…

Katie kicks out as the referee’s hand was coming down for the 3.

Sharper: Blake Mason is looking for the win tonight. He isn’t messing around.

Katie pushes Blake off of her and she rolls away. Katie gets to her feet quickly before Blake can get to her again. Katie spins around to catch an on coming Blake approaching her and she manages to kick him in the gut to stop him. Katie follows up by grabbing Blake’s arm and spinning herself around and twists the arm of Blake causing him to flip forward. Katie runs over to Blake’s legs and picks them and she tries to apply some kind of submission hold, but Blake uses his legs to push Katie back and knocking her to the mat.

Dawson: A different Katie Steward we are seeing tonight. Trying to go for a submission hold on Blake Mason.

Johnson: Katie Steward is one of the top submission specialists in this business.

Sharper: How do you manage to say that with CHBK and Josh Hudson happen to be on the same card tonight?

Katie starts to get back up and she holds the back of her head as it smack on the mat. She stumbles a bit as Blake is up on his feet and he grabs Katie and sets her up for a suplex. Blake lifts Katie up into the air and holds her there for a few seconds. The fans oh and awe as the blood rushes to Katie’s head and finally Blake falls back finishing the Suplex on Katie. She lays on the mat lifelessly as Blake rolls over and covers Katie for the pin.

1…

2…

Katie kicks out again right when the referee’s hand was coming down for the 3.

Dawson: Katie Steward still with us after Blake Mason hits a perfect Stalling Suplex. Katie has to shake it off if she is going to try and beat Blake.

Katie rolls over and crawls to the ropes shaking her head. Blake gets up and grabs Katie’s foot and drags her back to the center of the ring. Katie lets out a scream as Blake takes Katie’s legs and tries for a figure four leg lock. Blake crosses the legs, but gets close enough for Katie to catch him and rolls him into a small package for a quick pin.

1…

2…

Blake Mason kicks out right after 2.

Dawson: Katie and Blake both have the same thing on their minds. They want to make the other beg for the forgiveness.

Blake rolls away and gets to his feet. He turns and charges at Katie who is on her feet and jumps at him hitting a clothesline knocking him down. Blake picks himself up and Katie quickly jumps on his back with a sleeper hold applied. Blake Mason tries to shake Katie off as it causes her to scream into his ear. Blake tries to grab Katie on his back, but can’t reach her as she continues to scream. Blake suddenly runs backwards and sandwiches Katie into the turnbuckle to get her off his back.

Dawson: Blake Mason suffering from what we can only imagine is a rupture eardrum and he still manages to get Katie off his back.

Knots: Not a bad way to do it either.

Blake stumbles out of the corner and shakes his head. Katie holds herself up on the ropes and Blake gets up on his feet and walks over to Katie. He holds her in the corner and climbs the ropes. Blake stands on the middle ropes as he holds his fist in the air for the fans to give him a small pop, but Katie beings her hands together making a big fist and throws it up connecting with a low blow on Blake.

Knots: Ooooh! That isn’t pretty.

Sharper: It is a rookie mistake, you can’t leave yourself that vulnerable to Katie Steward or she’ll make you pay.

Blake drops down from the ropes as he holds onto his precious. He stumbles back and hunched over and Katie comes out of the corner and connects with a jumping side kick to the side of Blake’s face knocking him to the mat.

Johnson: Yes! The Botox Injection.

Katie jumps onto of Blake and covers him for the pin.

1…

2…

Blake kicks out right as the referee’s hand was coming down for the three and Katie looks around in horror and can’t believe Blake kicked out.

Dawson: Katie Steward is showing the range of her acting chops as she is in disbelief Blake Mason kicked out of the Botox Injection.

Katie turns and grabs Blake Mason. She turns and tries to whip him into the corner, but Blake spins through and fires Katie into the corner. She winces and walks out and Mason grabs her and takes her down with a northern light suplex into a pin.

1!

2!

Katie kicks out. Mason rolls over and we then see Robin Brooks slowly start to walk out from the back. Mason turns and sees her and walks over towards the ropes. Robin Brooks walks a bit closer and then smiles. Mason just glares at her before suddenly Katie Steward rolls Mason up in a school boy.

1!

2!

3!

The crowd roars and Mason kicks out after the three. Katie rolls out of the ring and down to the floor. She then throws her arms in the air.

Johnson: “Yes! She won! She won!”

Dawson: “Yeah...but with the help of a distraction by Robin Brooks!”

Mason turns and looks up at the rampway as Katie Steward then gets up and turns and suddenly looks on in shock as Robin Brooks just looks at her. Katie Steward looks confused and asks her what she’s doing only to be suddenly spun around and Mason grabs her and hits the Legacy Weapon on the floor. Mason then sits up before looking up at Robin Brooks. Brooks just remains standing in the rampway, watching Mason. Mason gets up and just looks at her as Katie is out.

Johnson: “Oh my God!”

Johnson quickly takes off his headset and runs around.

Sharper: “Mason just dropped Katie....but Robin just didn’t move a muscle!”

Dawson: “Robin returns tonight. She then gets involved, but not. This is just odd.”

Mason just walks past Robin Brooks as he walks to the back. Johnson drops down and checks on Katie Steward as Robin just continues to watch Mason as he walks to the back.

The scene opens backstage as we see Mr. Drachewych and Matt Bishop walking backstage. Bishop moves his way in as he looks into the trainer’s room as Drachewych follows him.

Bishop: “Where’s CHBK?”

Bishop looks around without an answer.

Bishop: “Where is he?”

Dr. Hatten then comes into view, walking from the back of the room, moving past one of the trainers.

Hatten: “My apologies for the guys that SCW hires.”

Drachewych: “Where is CHBK, Dr. Hatten?”

Hatten: “Don’t worry. He’s clearly not in any condition to be here. We’ve sent him to the hospital to check for a concussion.”

Bishop: “Excellent.”

Drachewych: “Hudson made that easier. Thank you Doctor.”

Hatten: “My pleasure.”

Hatten smiles as Drachewych and Bishop leave the room smiling and we go back to ringside.

Ashley Cherry vs. Syren

SCW Women’s Championship

Darkness engulfs the arena as we hear the eerie sound of something tapping against glass. After a few moments there comes a whisper in the sound of a woman’s voice of one short, iconic word – “NEVERMORE”. With that “Open Your Eyes” by Guano Apes blasts across the PA system as the lights come back up again and the screens fill with text.

After a few moments the curtains part and Ravyn Taylor makes her way out on to the stage dressed in a fur cloak and hood, standing there for a moment raising her arms in to the air and seemingly absorbing the atmosphere with a satisfied grin on her face. She looks back over her shoulder as the curtain parts again and Marcus King, dressed in a leather trench coat and sunglasses, walks out behind her. As the chorus of the song kicks in Ravyn walks down to the ring. She looks up at the ring for a moment before waving her hand dismissively and walking around the ring to the commentary position instead.

Sharper: “Whoa seems we’ve got company here tonight guys. I wondered what she was doing out here.”

Dawson: “I can’t say I’m surprised, the last few weeks wherever one of these two women has gone the other has never been that far behind, whether it was Ravyn’s interference in the championship match last Monday helping Syren to retain the Women’s Championship or Syren’s distraction on Wednesday to allow Ravyn to pick up a huge win over the challenger tonight.”

Knots: “You’re aware that she can hear you, right?”

Ravyn just glares disappointedly at the commentators before nodding to Marcus who reaches in to the crowd and throws one of the fans off his chair, retrieving it for Ravyn to sit on at ringside as one of the tech guys rushes over to hand her a headset. She carefully places it on her head before sitting down in the commentary booth and letting out a sigh.

Ravyn Taylor: “Am I to assume that you were saying derogatory things about me while I was unable to defend myself?”

Knots: “Err, he was!”

Ravyn Taylor: “I can’t say I’m surprised, the commentary position has always been reserved for the most spineless of troglodytes, those who do so enjoy telling everybody else what they should be doing and how they should be behaving from the comfort and tranquillity of a seat at ringside completely removed from the actual effort that goes in to performing. If you have anything you’d like to discuss however I’d be more than willing to listen to your pathetic little opinions and then explain, using small words so that you can understand, exactly why you’re wrong and can shove those comments up your asses.”

Sharper: “Damn, don’t sugar-coat it; tell us how you REALLY feel!”

An extended intro to Jadakiss's "Kiss of Death" begins to play...

If they ask what happened
Tell them it's the Kiss of Death

The crowd cheers as a little more instrumental plays for the song followed by...

If they ask what happened
Tell them it's the Kiss of Death
Tell them, Kiss
The Kiss of Death

"Better Version" by Shinedown begins to play leading to more cheers from the crowd. Ashley Cherry comes from behind the curtain and pumps up the crowd with a smile on her face. She slaps some of the fans hands on the way towards the ring. She enters the ring and outstretches her arms as the crowd continues to cheer. She hops on the turnbuckle and looks out into the crowd, soaking in the energy and raising her fists in the air.

Ravyn Taylor: “You want to know how I really feel? How I feel right now is sick to my stomach that this self-serving hypocrite is allowed to stand in that ring and that she of all people gets a shot at the Women’s Championship tonight. Exactly what has Ashley Cherry done to put herself in a position to fight for anything at all here tonight?”

Dawson: “What has she done? How’s about fought her way from the bottom of the company to the top? How’s about won the Women’s Championship on two separate occasions? How’s about never actually losing that championship in the ring?”

Ravyn Taylor: “Ok I’m sorry I appear to have misspoken. Allow me to correct my previous question – what exactly has she done that is in any way relevant to March 7th 2010 to earn this opportunity? That list of ‘accomplishments’ you just spewed out proves to me that she would have been an ideal challenger this time last year, in fact I may well have supported her cause myself, but unlike so many I’m not overly concerned with the events that occurred a solar cycle ago.”

The lights dim slightly and a spotlight points down at the centre of the stage. “Groupie” by Cassie Steele hits the PA system as the screens come alive.

After a few moments the curtains part as Syren makes her way on to the stage with the SCW Women’s Championship around her waist, stopping for a moment as she steps in to the spotlight and looking down at the ground in front of her before flicking her hair back and smiling at the cameras and the fans, soaking in the atmosphere and revelling in every moment, even if it is boos and jeers about taking her top off from the fans. She begins walking to the ring, holding up a hand to some of the male fans to keep them quiet and show she doesn’t care before making her way to the ring and skipping happily up the steps, pausing on the ring apron and bending all the way down to go under the second rope, wiggling her ass as she does so to taunt the fans at ringside.

Sharper: “Well then presumably if you’re out here to bash the accomplishments of the challenger you’d like some time to tell us all exactly why this woman deserves to be the champion?”

Ravyn Taylor: “I don’t think that actually requires an explanation because if anything you answered your own question. Why does she deserve to be the champion? Because she IS the champion.”

Dawson: “A lot of people would point out that Ashley Cherry has a valid claim to the title herself. She never lost the championship in the ring after all; she was fired from the company and stripped of the championship.”

Ravyn Taylor: “A lot of people also believed that George Walker Bush would make good leader for this country or that Barack Hussein Obama the second would actually change the country for the better. Neither statement holds any validity however which tells me that just because ‘a lot of people’ think it doesn’t mean it’s in any way true.”

In the ring Syren jumps up and down a little, almost cheering for herself excitedly before walking over to the corner and taking off the title, leaping on to the second rope, standing up straight and flicking back her hair again as she raises up the title to more boos from the fans. She steps down from the ropes again and turns to find Ashley Cherry staring at her with a smirk, her eyes completely focused on the championship in her hands. Syren raises the title up above her head again before talking to trash to Cherry who ignores her and continues to focus on the championship belt she came to reclaim. The referee steps between the two rivals and takes the Women’s Championship from Syren, holding it up for the crowd to see before turning first to Syren and then to Ashley and explaining the rules before asking if they both understand. Both women nod and the referee calls for the bell before stepping out from between them.

Dawson: “And here we go, our second Women’s Championship match in seven days is underway!”

Sharper: “Tonight one of these women is going to leave with their dreams unfilled and I really wouldn’t want to be the ego of either one when that happens.”

Knots: “No but damn I’d love to be that referee. Isn’t that same guy who refereed the title match on Monday? He gets all the breaks...”

Syren and Cherry quickly lock up in the middle of the ring and just as the veteran Cherry begins to get the best of it Syren counters with a knee in to the gut. She hammers Cherry with forearm shots repeatedly, driving the challenger back in to the corner before grabbing her by the hair and launching her across the ring, holding up a few strands of hair that she ripped out of Cherry’s head in the process for the cameras to see. Cherry struggles back up to her knees but Syren is right on her again, grabbing her again by the hair and pulling her up before launching her across the ring again with another snapmare using the hair, quickly running the ropes and delivering a massive kick to the spine of Cherry. Cherry grabs her back in pain as Syren stops and gloats to the fans, holding her arms up triumphantly.

Knots: “And that’s why she’s the champ, right?”

Ravyn Taylor: “Would be helpful if she’d spend less time gloating but it’s a good start.”

Dawson: “A start is all it is, a few cheap shots by Syren at the beginning here to take Ashley Cherry off her game but this isn’t Cherry’s first rodeo, don’t count her out just yet!”

While Syren continues showing off for the fans Cherry gets back to her feet and rushes across the ring, nailing Syren in the back with a kick that knocks the Women’s Champion on her face. The challenger quickly pulls the champion back up again, locking her in a front face lock for a moment and hammering her on the back repeatedly before grabbing her by the hair and launching her across the ring in revenge, which gets a massive pop of approval from the fans. Cherry stays on the champion however, grabbing her again in a front facelock as she gets back to her feet before hammering away at the back again and setting up for a suplex. She lifts Syren up for the suplex but the champion floats over and lands on her feet, spinning around her challenger and slapping her across the face. The fans boo as Syren gloats again only to receive a massive slap back from Cherry so hard it knocks her off her feet. The fans cheer wildly as Syren sits on her ass in the middle of the ring holding her face in disbelief but Cherry isn’t done yet, running the ropes and nailing a low dropkick to the Women’s champion, knocking her out under the bottom rope and to the outside.

Sharper: “What’s good for the goose is good for the gander, as they say!”

Ravyn Taylor: “The gander? Are you attempting to imply that the challenger is a male?”

Dawson: “Would you quit taking everything so literally? Your tag team partner is in trouble having just dished out some punishment only for the challenger to completely turn it around!”

Syren gets back to her feet on the outside holding the side of her head in disbelief and Cherry rolls out under the bottom rope to meet her. Syren quickly dashes around the ring to avoid another confrontation and Cherry gives chase. Syren rolls back in to the ring and Cherry follows her only to watch Syren roll straight back out the other side again and tell the fans at ringside that they’ll fight when SHE’S ready and not before. While she’s talking with the fans however Cherry charges at the ropes, leaping through the middle rope and nailing Syren on the outside, driving her back first in to the guardrail to a roar of approval from the fans. Cherry quickly gets back to her feet, grabbing Syren by the hair and pulling her back up again and throwing her in under the bottom rope before rolling in after her and grabbing her by the head, slamming it down against the mat several times. Syren struggles to push her off before making her way back up to her feet and as Cherry tries to lock up nails her with a kick to the gut and whips her to the ropes, trying to catch her as she rebounds but Cherry snaps off a head scissors that whips Syren back down to the mat again to another cheer from the fans.

Dawson: “The fans here in Las Vegas really are behind Ashley Cherry in her quest to regain the gold.”

Knots: “Ungrateful people, Syren actually lives in this city, shouldn’t they be behind her?”

Sharper: “Well considering she’s proud to be from California I doubt that anybody actually realises she lives here, and if they do I doubt that they actually care. They’d probably be happier rid of her.”

Ravyn Taylor: “The popular vote means nothing, just ask Bush!”

Syren struggles back to her feet, holding her head in some considerable discomfort as Ashley Cherry sets up for something in the corner, waiting for Syren to notice her and charge before jumping up and nailing a spinning wheel kick on the incoming champion. The crowd pops again as both women quickly get back to their feet only for Cherry to catch Syren with the same move a second time, once again landing her on the back of her head! Syren takes considerably longer to get up this time, holding her head again in pain as Cherry sets up and nails a superkick on the prone champion before quickly rushing over and hooking the leg...

2......

But Syren’s shoulder pops off the mat before the three count. Cherry looks at the referee a little frustrated before grabbing Syren before he can get back to her feet and pulling her back up again, lifting her up and slamming her down to the mat hard with a slam. The crowd pop and begin chanting for her to do it again and she happily obliges, pulling Syren up and slamming her down again hard on the mat to the delight of the fans. Cherry runs the ropes and nails a running elbow drop before leaping back to her feet and listening to the crowd once again chant for her to do it again. She runs the ropes and goes for the elbow a second time but this time Syren is able to roll out of the way and Cherry only connects with the mat. She gets back up, holding her arm in discomfort as Syren also gets back to her feet, running the ropes and nailing Cherry with a running high knee that knocks her off her feet. Syren holds her head again in pain for a moment before standing on the side of Cherry’s head angrily, putting all her weight in to it until the referee pulls her off.

Sharper: “That was somewhat unsporting by the champion!”

Dawson: “I think Syren is getting angry at how completely dominant Cherry has been in this match so far. Until that elbow drop missed I don’t think she’s actually put a foot wrong, which is obviously not what the champion was expecting. I recall her mentioning ‘ring rust’.”

Ravyn Taylor: “Give it time, I’ve gotten Zoe well prepared for this match. She knows exactly what Ashley is going to do, probably before Ashley does.”

Cherry gets back to her feet and Syren grabs her and slams her down aggressively before running the ropes and nailing Cherry with a running leg drop. She grabs the challenger by the hair and pulls her up and over to the corner, throwing her against the turnbuckles and delivers several kicks to the gut before grabbing the air and twisting it around the ropes. The referee tells her to stop before beginning to count but Syren breaks the hold on four so as to avoid disqualification before immediately going back to it, wrapping Cherry’s arm around the ropes and then kicking the ropes to send pain shooting up the arm of the challenger. The referee forces her off but Syren doesn’t give it up that easily, charging at her challenger again and nailing a clothesline in the corner that knocks Cherry to a seated position. Syren begins facewashing Cherry with the soul of her boot before charging against the ropes and rebounding, coming back with a low-angle big boot in the corner that has Cherry grabbing at her face. With Cherry down Syren delivers another few kicks to the exposed arm before Cherry covers up.

Ravyn Taylor: “I love being right...”

Dawson: “The Women’s Champion taking back control and going after the arm of Ashley Cherry, you think she smells blood?”

Sharper: “Well Cherry’s only mistake of this match so far saw her landing on the arm and Syren is determined that if she didn’t damage it already that Ashley isn’t leaving here with that arm in one piece!”

Syren grabs a shellshocked Cherry by the hair and drags her out of the corner once again, applying a front facelock of her own this time before snapping off a perfect vertical suplex and holding on to the front facelock at the same time. Syren gets back to her feet and pulls Cherry up with her, changing the hold slightly and lifting her challenger up this time with a high-angle belly to back suplex, driving Cherry down on the back of her head. As she pulls her up a second time she hooks the injured arm as well in a hammerlock before lifting her up a third time and dropping her down with a modified belly to back suplex but with the hammerlock still applied, driving all of Cherry’s own weight on the injured arm. Syren quickly hooks the leg for the cover before Cherry can recover...

2...

But Ashley Cherry pops her uninjured arm off the mat and Syren quickly rolls to a mount, hammering away with right hands to the face of Cherry. The referee once again has to interfere, pulling Syren off of the mount before she gets herself disqualified and Syren angrily gets in the referee’s face warning him not to touch her again. Cherry meanwhile gets back to her feet and as Syren attempts to grab her responds with a slap across the chest that the fans cheer for. Syren staggers back and Cherry pushes her advantage, grabbing Syren and nailing a headbutt before hitting another slap across the chest. With Syren stunned Cherry runs the ropes but Syren responds with a massive European Uppercut that knocks the charging challenger back off her feet.

Ravyn Taylor: “And suddenly not everything is quite so cheery on planet Cherry!”

Knots: “And you really seem to be loving that fact, huh?”

Sharper: “Syren successfully turning this match around and then cutting off the momentum of Ashley Cherry as she attempted to regain it, but this match is a long way from won for either one of them.”

Syren goes for another pin attempt but the referee won’t count as Cherry’s shoulders aren’t both on the mat. Syren grabs her and pulls her back up again, tossing her to the corner before whipping her back out of the corner with a Mexican Arm Drag, grabbing her again and snapping her down with a snapmare before running the ropes and nailing a kick straight to the face. She holds her hands up happily as the fans boo once more, going to pull the challenger up one more time only for Cherry to nail a shot to the gut to break her momentum. Syren recovers and goes back again but again Cherry cuts her off with a shot to the gut before pulling herself back up and nailing a few right hands, whipping Syren across the ring and nailing a spinning back fist to the face that completely rocks the champion. Syren goes down holding her face as Cherry leans on the ropes for a moment to recover, feeling some pain in her arm but moving on quickly enough to grab Syren and drive her face first in to the mat.

Dawson: “MAJOR momentum shifter right there! That back fist caught Syren flush; she had absolutely no time to prepare for it!”

Knots: “Moves like that should be illegal, and why is Cherry so obsessed with Syren’s head? She’s trying to ruin her looks, that’s what it is. She’s jealous!”

Sharper: “Most of Ashley Cherry’s offense is targeted on the head and neck in general, except oddly her finisher but we’ll come to that later.”

Syren staggers up with a look of shock on her face and Cherry grabs her, attempting a back drop but Syren flips over and lands on her feet, nailing a kick to the gut before setting up for possibly an attempt at a double-underhook but Cherry is able to counter out of it. Syren counters with a kick to the gut, lifting Cherry on to her shoulders for something but Cherry slips down the back and catches Syren with a sunset flip roll up in to the pin...

1...

2...

But Syren gets her shoulder up before the three. Cherry nails her with a shot to the back of the head before letting her get back to her knees and charging at her, nailing a picture perfect Shining Wizard that gets a huge pop from the fans and with Syren out quickly hooks the leg again for another pin attempt...

1...

2......

But again Syren gets the shoulder up before the three and Cherry begins to look a little frustrated she can’t put away the blonde of questionable intelligence from California. She looks at the referee who informs her it was definitely only two and pulls Syren up again, setting up for her Sealed With A Kiss finisher but Syren has it scouted and twists out of position, nailing another slap to the face of the challenger before running the ropes and driving her boot square in to the face of Cherry with a running Yakuza Kick.

Dawson: “SYREN NAILS THE FACE LIFT OUT OF NOWHERE!!”

Sharper: “That’s one thing about Syren’s offence, trained by Yvonne Knight of the Knight wrestling family – one of whom, her older brother Lucas, competes here in SCW – so she knows all about the benefits of those sudden impactful moves!”

Knots: “The problem is that after expending two lots of energy kicking out of moves from Cherry I don’t think she’s got enough to make the cover.”

Ravyn Taylor: “She doesn’t need to make the cover, she’s cut off the momentum and that should be enough for the moment...”

Both girls struggle back up with Cherry grabbing Syren again and locking in a side headlock but Syren counters out of it by grabbing the arm and snapping it, pulling Cherry back down to the mat face first. Cherry grabs at her arm again in pain as Syren goes to work with more kicks, dropping to her knees and just slapping Cherry repeatedly across the back while letting out a scream of frustration. She pulls the challenger up nails a massive chop across the chest before shaking her own hand in pain and grabbing the arm of Cherry again, moving her around so that she can lock in an Octopus Hold while pulling at the injured arm. The referee checks if Cherry wants to submit while Syren continues pulling at the injured arm and then, with the referee in position to check for the submission and unable to see, starts biting at the arm of Cherry, who cries out in pain. The referee quickly checks but Syren looks at her innocently, shrugging her shoulders and claiming she has no idea what Cherry is complaining about as the fans boo. Cherry is able to nail an elbow to Syren to break the hold however, charging at the ropes only for Syren to duck the attempt at a clothesline and grab the arm, snapping it again and dropping her to the mat once again before rolling her over with a hammerlock in place for the pin.

1...

2...

But Cherry still gets the shoulder up. Syren slams her hands on the mat angrily before pulling Cherry to her feet and attempting to set up a straight-jacket style move that Cherry is able to counter out of and nail Syren with a straight right hand that rocks her. Cherry unloads with another right hand, followed by another before charging the ropes only for Syren to run after her. Cherry bounces off the ropes only to stop and turn around, turning straight in to a massive lariat from Syren which knocks Cherry down to the mat.

Knots: “MAJOR impact by the Women’s Champion!”

Sharper: “Syren certainly showing she’s got some good wrestling ability here tonight despite what people may think of her. She’s definitely more than holding her own against the more experienced Ashley Cherry.”

Ravyn Taylor: “Definitely, people underestimate Zoe because of her attitude and mannerisms but while she may not have an intellectual background this girl has more natural ability inside that ring than anybody else on this roster. There is a reason I sought her out after all, after months of watching ‘divas’ come and go from this business I knew immediately that Zoe was something else entirely.”

Dawson: “Well we’re about to see if that ‘something else’ can pull out another huge win here tonight.”

Syren pulls Cherry up one more time and attempts to set up the facebuster she calls the Total Makeover but Cherry has it scouted and counters, looking to set up her “Sealed With A Kiss” finisher but again Syren counters out of it, slapping Cherry across the face once again. Cherry responds with another massive slap before running the ropes and nailing Syren with a clothesline but the Women’s Champion pops right up. Cherry runs the ropes again for another clothesline but Syren ducks it and charges in the opposite direction. Both girls charge toward one another and both nail clotheslines on each other in the middle of the ring both laying the other one out.

Sharper: “OH!! Both women with the same idea and they both hit it! This could be a HUGE moment in the match; whoever gets up first could well win the championship!”

Both girls struggle up again with Syren holding the back of her head. She staggers over to Cherry who blasts her with a huge shot to the face, knocking her back before taking her down with a short arm clothesline. She signals for the end of the match, dropping down and clamping on the cross-arm camel clutch.

Dawson: “THE MONO-LOCK LOCKED IN!!”

Sharper: “And Syren is RIGHT in the middle of the ring! This could be the end, I don’t see any way out of it for the champion...”

Ravyn whips off her headset and gets back to her feet, nodding to Marcus who’s been at her side at the commentary position the whole time. Marcus rushes the ring, attempting to get in on the near side but the referee dashes across to prevent him from getting in to break up the hold. Ravyn quickly rolls in to the ring under the bottom rope and charges at Ashley who breaks the hold and sidesteps Ravyn, catching her with a drop toe hold that sends her in to the middle rope. Ravyn gets back to her feet only for Cherry to come charging at her, clotheslining her up and over the ropes and to the outside. Next Cherry charges across and nails Marcus King with a shot on the apron as well, sending him crashing down in to the guard rail. The crowd pops massively for Cherry’s sudden momentum but as she turns around Syren has managed to get to the apron and leaps up on to the top rope, twisting in midair before catching Cherry in the middle of the ring with the tornado style DDT that ends the 720 DDT she perfectly executed.

Knots: “BEAUTY SPOT FROM THE CHAMPION OUT OF NOWHERE!!!!”

Dawson: “DAMMIT!! Ashley Cherry had the submission on, she got distracted by Ravyn Taylor and Marcus King and Syren ABSOLUTELY made her pay! This is reminiscent of Breakdown when Syren caused the distraction and Ravyn took advantage!”

Sharper: “Yeah but with everything that’s happened, not to mention that brutal submission hold, does Syren actually have enough left to make the pin? She seems to be crawling toward the corner and not toward Cherry!”

With Ravyn in a heap on the floor, Marcus King holding his back in pain and Ashley Cherry absolutely laid out in the ring the Women’s Champion slowly pulls herself up in the corner holding her head in considerable pain before looking back over her shoulder. She places one hand on either side of the ropes and leaps up to the top rope, springboarding off and corkscrewing herself around in midair before landing down on Cherry with a fantastic high-angle Senton. Syren struggles to get back in to position for the cover...

Knots: “AND THE FOLLOW UP IS THE BLONDETON BOMB!!! HUGE IMPACT!!”

Dawson: “If Ashley Cherry wasn’t out before she is now!”

The Women’s Champion hooks both legs...

1...

2......

3!!

The referee calls for the bell as Syren holds her head in pain and “Groupie” by Cassie Steele hits the PA system once again and Syren rolls off of the cover in obvious pain. She struggles back to her feet as the referee raises her hand and hands her back the Women’s Championship which she raises in to the air proudly before hugging it tightly and dropping to her knees, continuing to hold her head in pain while looking at Ashley Cherry who still hasn’t moved since the double impact of the Beauty Spot and Blondeton Bomb.

Knots: “And STILL our Women’s Champion...”

Dawson: “She couldn’t do it alone though, could she? Once again Syren relies on the help of her partners in crime to distract Ashley Cherry and for the second time in the same week Ashley Cherry has lost to more Dark Fantasy tactics.”

Knots: “Well Ravyn DID say she had her tag team partner well prepared.”

Ravyn rolls back in to the ring and the two women hug before Ravyn raises Syren’s hand and the crowd boo even more. “Groupie” continues blasting around the arena as Syren drops back down and rolls out of the ring and Ravyn leaps over the ropes in to the arms of a waiting Marcus King and the two members of Dark Fantasy, two thirds of the Dark Triad, make their way up the ramp toward the back.

A shot of the Edward R. Jones Dome for Rise to Greatness 2009 is shown with the crowd cheering and spotlights going around. The sound, however, is completely muted. This shifts to a shot of James Exeter attempting a shooting star press, only to be hit by a Graven Image by Shawn Winters. This is followed up by a shot of the crowd rising to their feet cheering and then a shot of Damian Angel walking to the ring. A shot of Rachel Foxx laughing evilly is shown followed by a shot of Jason Wheeler spearing Brian Kinney from Rise to Greatness 2008. We then see a shot of a huge pyro display before this fades to black and only the following simple words come up on the screen.

“Rise to Greatness 2010”

“July 25, 2010”

“Dallas, Texas”

“Cowboys Stadium”

“Everything is bigger in Texas.”

The final phrase stays on the screen for a few moments before slowly fading to black.

Cheers can be heard as we return to ringside and we see the steel cage around the ring.

Sharper: “Rise to Greatness, coming this summer, live from the brand new Cowboys Stadium in my backyard.”

Dawson: “And each year it gets bigger and bigger.”

Sharper: “And speaking of bigger and bigger, we go to another very personal match. Majestic rules. Miller versus Gable Winchester. Can Miller finally get the win he wants?”

Gable Winchester vs. David Miller

Steel Cage Match

The opening strains to “Everywhere I Go” start to echo around the arena as gold lighting starts to pulse around the arena, then begin to pulse to the beat of the introduction. Once the main verse starts, Gable Winchester walks from the back, nodding his head and moving his hands up and down in time to his theme song. The fans don’t know what to make of the man as he struts down the ramp. Once he gets to the barricade he looks out at the fans and shows that he isn’t too egotistical for the fans. Smiling he holds out his hand and allow people to high five him, slowly walking along (on the occasion he may see an attractive lady in the audience and his showmanship ends with a withdrawal of the offered hand when a random fan thinks he is going to get his big chance. In such a case he leans on the barricade and tries to sweet talk the person in question, with mixed results sometimes he is spurned and other times he manages to go as far as getting the woman’s cell number on whatever medium possible at the time) after high fiving some more, he nods his head some more and spins round with his arms spread wide. The crowds are still at odds on whether to cheer before he shrugs at the lack of attention he is getting and goes over to the door to the cage and enters it.

Once in the ring he climbs the turnbuckle, nodding his head as he holds a hand up in the air, winking and pointing at some of the ladies in the crowd who on the whole scream madly at their being pointed out by him, regardless of whether they like him or not. Once he has postured for the ladies he gets down from the turnbuckle and smiles to himself, brushing his wild dreadlocks from his face as he waits for his opponent.

Sharper: “Majestic rules in operation here. This means no win or loss for escape. Single fall to a finish in the ring.”

Knots: “Yeah and who cares? Majestic is dead and Miller after tonight, his legacy will die when Gable Winchester beats him AGAIN!”

As a flicker of life ripples across the video-screen, the lights lower, bathing the anxious crowd in deep shadows. Throughout the building, camera flashes and laser-pointers struggle to pierce the darkness, but fail. Another image appears on the screen, more clearly this time, revealing a gathering of thick clouds. Lightning leaps from one thunderhead to the next, as a voice echoes in the dark.

“I’m the best there is at what I do...”

Following the pouring rain as it falls from the gathering storm, the image circles around a lone figure standing in the cascading torrent. Motionless, the man stands with his head bowed, his face hidden in the shadow of a hood now soaked through. The scene continues to pan downward, revealing the open front of the jacket and the man’s chiselled physique. Bringing both hands up before his concealed face, the man slowly cups a balled fist, cracking the knuckles as his voice again rings clear.

“And what I do best… isn’t very nice.”

The sound of a female voice begins harmonizing in the background as the image closes in on the man, circling around to view him from the back. Bass guitars begin to match with the lilt of the woman’s voice, adding more power to the dark melody, as the scene circles around to the man’s front.

“Don’t believe me?”

Closing in as the man lifts his head, the image centers on his face just as a flash of lightning illuminates the cold green eyes and stone-hard scowl of David Miller. Coming alive with a deafening ovation, the crowd rises to its feet, drowning out the building intensity of the music. Another flare of lightning flashes through Miller’s eyes before the screen goes black, plunging the fans into total darkness.

“Then watch it happen!”

A sharp distortion in the music causes it to cut out as well, leaving the still-frantic crowd in a state of limbo for a length of seconds before a violent blast of silver-white flame rips up through the stage, consuming the entranceway in a blinding light as the commanding chords to Evanescence’s “Lies” thunder through the speakers. Black light strobes fill the long tunnel, silhouetting the same hooded figure from the images on the screen, drawing the crowd into even greater hysterics as he steps out onto the stage. Curls of smoke from the explosion swirl around Miller’s form as he crosses slowly to the top of the ramp and lifts his head, peering out into the chaotic masses with an emotionless gaze. Twisting his head to one side, and then the other, he cracks the bones in his neck before starting down towards the ring with a calm, methodical stride. Crushing up against the guardrails, fans extend their arms as far as they can, trying to grab hold of the silent figure as he passes by. Miller walks around to the door and just looks at the door for the cage before pulling himself up the steel steps and entering the ring and crosses to the nearest corner, mounting the second rope and staring out over the tens of thousands still calling out to him. Bringing up both hands, he cracks his knuckles before reaching up to draw back the hood, exposing the intense fire burning in his eyes. Peeling the jacket over his head, he drops it at ringside before stepping back down onto the canvas, throwing a few simple combinations to loosen up as the music fades out.

Sharper: “One has to wonder to what level of revenge Miller wants to employ to not only get Gable for the victories, but also, that kick to his head two and a half weeks ago.”

Dawson: “Well Miller has shown glimmers of his temper coming back, but on Breakdown, he seemed quite calm.”

Sharper: “This coming after Two for One Special in which he tried to destroy Gable every chance he got.”

Miller looks over at Gable as Gable smirks a bit. The referee calls for the bell and the crowd roars as the door is closed. Miller then starts to walk forward with his hands up. Gable starts to skip around the circle of the ring before spinning around and Miller moves forward and Gable moves away. He spins around and Miller finally dives and attempts to grab Gable, but Gable jumps up and jumps over. Miller starts to get up and Gable kicks him in the head and Miller gets his hands up. Gable attempts to kick him in the head again, catching Miller’s arm and then kicks him again. Miller starts to get up and Gable kicks him in the ribs. He then grabs Miller and hits a European uppercut. Miller pops back and against the ropes. Gable then backs up and then nails him with another European uppercut. Miller pops back and then spins around and then gets to the corner. Gable walks over and nails Miller with a hard forearm and then another and another.

Knots: “Look at this. Gable Winchester going to take the fight to Miller.”

Dawson: “But after Miller took a chance to get to him and instead Gable takes advantage.”

Gable nails Miller with another shot and Miller falls to the mat. Gable then places his foot against the throat and pushes down. Miller struggles to breathe, grabbing at the ropes, hoping to get some leverage. Gable continues to push down before stepping off. He then bends over and grabs Miller and slowly lifts him up and Gable nails him in the knee. Miller winces and Gable turns and snapmares him down. Miller sits up and Gable kicks him hard in the back. Miller winces and falls to his side. Gable then pushes him down to the mat and goes for the pin.

Miller kicks out. Gable gets up. Miller rolls over and starts to pull himself up. Gable walks over and grabs Miller and clubs him in the back. He then spins him around and nails him with a hard forearm before then kicking him in the ribs. He hooks Miller’s arm and then throws him over with a vertical suplex. Gable then swivels his hips before rolling over. Miller continues to hold on and Gable then knees him in the ribs before turning and throwing Miller hard into the side of the cage. Miller spins around and falls to his knees before going to his hands and knees.

Sharper: “Gable Winchester is remarkable in control in Miller’s element. This is shocking.”

Knots: “He’s the future of this company. Who’s going to stop him? He’s not lost one on one and on top of that, he’s taking apart people in THEIR element. He’s done this over and over.”

Gable walks over and looks at Miller as Miller starts to slowly get up. Gable then walks grabs him and locks him in a cobra clutch, but doesn’t hold it on before throwing him back with a leg sweep. He then rolls over and rolls Miller over, locking the clutch in while on Miller’s back. Miller winces and manages to get up to an upright position on his knees as Gable continues to pull back. The crowd boos as Miller struggles to get out. He pushes up ,but Gable continues to hold on. Miller manages to get to his one leg and then gets up before turning and stumbling back and falling into the turnbuckle, driving Gable in. Gable holds on a bit and Miller stumbles forward before stumbling back again. Miller moves forward and Gable then jumps up onto his back and tries to keep the hold on, now moving into a traditional sleeper. Miller then grabs him by the head before turning and falling back into the side of the cage. Gable winces before letting go and falling between the ropes and the cage. Miller falls forward to his knees before slowly getting back up.

Dawson: “Miller driving Gable into the side of the cage, also driving his weight in there. That may have driven all of the air out of him.”

Sharper: “But what damage did the cobra clutch do. Miller was in it for a while. I don’t know how well Gable had it locked in.”

Gable starts to pull himself up on the apron between the ropes and the cage. Miller gets up and smiles as Gable then looks up and suddenly looks on in horror as Miller nails him in the ribs with a hard spin kick. He then spins around and hits a spinning back kick to the ribs, sandwiching Gable against the steel. He then turns and nails him with a back elbow and Gable’s head bounces off the steel. Miller nails him with another elbow and Gable hits his head off the cage again. He then nails him a third time and Gable falls forward. Miller then smirks before grabbing Gable and pulling him up, while still holding on with a front face lock. He then continues to hold onto him for a moment before quickly turning and kicking Gable hard in the ribs as he falls down to the mat. The crowd ohs as Gable rolls over, clearly in pain.

Knots: “Good God! That may break some ribs!”

Sharper: “He just let Gable fall and right into his shin. Gable is in a world of hurt. Gable may be joining CHBK with injured ribs!”

Gable continues to writhe in pain as Miller walks over and grabs him, dragging him up to his feet. He then knees him in the ribs before dragging him up and grabbing him in a Muay Thai clinch. He then nails Gable with a hard knee and then another and then another before bending him over. He looks around before hoisting Gable up in a powerbomb before running him over and throwing him over the top turnbuckle and into the corner of the cage. The crowd ohs as Gable falls down on the top turnbuckle and falls back into the ring. Miller walks around before then grabbing Gable by the arm and dragging him out from the ropes. He then steps over him and bends over, going for a dragon clutch, but Gable arches his back and pulls Miller over, causing him to flip over. Both men then start to get back up and Miller turns and nails Gable with a kick to the head and Gable just falls back to the mat as the crowd cheers.

Dawson: “A vicious kick and Gable’s brains may be scrambled.”

Sharper: “He just fell back to the mat like a rock. He looked completely out of it.”

Miller looks down and then smirks as he drops down for the pin.

Gable gets his shoulder up. The crowd boos and Miller looks at him and just smirks before grabbing him by the head and lifting him up. He then slowly starts to pull him to his feet. He then quickly knees him in the ribs before spinning him around and throwing him over with a release half nelson suplex. Gable rolls over, holding his head in pain. Miller then turns and walks over to the corner. He looks around before turning around. He then starts to motion to Gable to get up. Gable rolls over and slowly starts to stir. He stumbles forward before looking up at Miller and Miller starts to run at him, but Gable ducks out of the way of a running jump kick, before spinning around. He then jumps up and grabs Miller and hits a lungblower and Miller rolls over in pain. He then turns and goes for the pin.

Miller kicks out. Gable rolls off and slowly starts to get up. Miller starts to stir and slowly gets up only for Gable to then run at him and nail him with a running knee. Miller spins down to the mat as Gable then falls over in the corner.

Knots: “And while Miller can throw kicks, Gable just threw a knee that may have effected Miller.”

Sharper: “A running knee to the side of the head and Miller spun down quickly. A testament to the impact of that knee.”

Gable looks up before reaching up and grabbing the steel mesh and starting to pull himself up. He climbs up to the top rope and looks back. Miller remains down and Gable then starts to pull himself up on the steel mesh, climbing up to the top of the cage as the crowd roars. Miller rolls over and starts to get up and he falls over to the ropes. He then starts to pull himself up as Gable gets on to the very narrow top of the cage as Miller climbs up. Gable starts to get up and Miller grabs his leg. The crowd cheers and Miller nails Gable with a hard right. He then starts to climb up to the very top of the cage. Gable turns and nails Miller with one. Gable then gets up to his feet and grabs one of the guiding cables for balance. Miller starts to get up and Gable kicks him in the ribs. He then grabs Miller and locks him in a front face lock. The crowd roars as Miller then nails Gable with a hard shot before pushing him back and both men lose their balance before both men fall off the top of the cage and down into the middle of the ring. The crowd erupts in cheers as both men are down!

Sharper: “Oh my God! My God! From the top of the cage...to the middle of the ring!”

Dawson: “I don’t know if Gable was going to go for a big move or just escape, but Miller caught him, but both got the worst of it!”

Knots: “Can there be a countout in this thing?”

Sharper: “Not to my knowledge. The referee’s not counting, so I’m going to say no!”

Knots: “What the hell is that? Ref! Count them out!”

Miller and Gable remain down in the ring as the crowd continues to cheer. Miller rolls over slowly as does Gable. Gable manages to get up a bit faster, pulling himself up to the ropes and slowly back to his feet. Miller rolls over and continues to slowly get back to his feet before turning around and Gable turns and runs at him and jumps up before taking him down with a running STO. He turns and rolls onto his back into a pin.

Miller kicks out. Gable rolls over and then goes for the legs. He looks at them before grabbing his left leg and kicking at it. Miller winces. Gable kicks at it again. He then kicks at it a third time before spinning around and driving all of his weight on it. Miller rolls over in pain.

Dawson: “Gable’s going for the leg. He’s going to try and limit those kicks.”

Knots: “And he’s going for the leg Miller stands on to execute them. Smart move!”

Gable then grabs the other leg and bends it over the worked upon leg and starts to go for a figure four, but Miller reaches up and rolls him over into a small package.

Gable kicks out again. Both men then get up and Gable attempts a clothesline, but Miller ducks and then grabs him by the waist and pushes forward and intentionally rams Gable into the ropes and more importantly, the side of the cage. He then rolls back and through before hitting a huge rolling German suplex, leading to a huge eruption of cheers from the crowd!

Sharper: “Rolling German suplex!”

Dawson: “Oh my God! Gable Winchester is done!”

Knots: “He just rolled through and dropped him on his head! That’s just like the Backdrop driver!”

Sharper: “But it’s not the Backdrop driver. It’s a German suplex. This is just how dangerous Miller is!”

Miller gets up and Gable turns and rolls over, semi-out of it. He slowly starts to pull himself up to his feet and he turns around to see Miller only for Miller to scoop him up and place him on his shoulder. He the looks around before bringing him down and spiking him with the Emerald Frosion. The crowd ohs and Miller turns and hooks the leg for the pin.

The crowd cheers as Miller rolls off of Gable. He then slowly gets up and looks up and smiles slowly before looking down. He then turns and just walks over towards the door of the cage. He opens it up before stepping through and dropping down to the floor. He then starts to walk around the ring before walking to the rampway.

Sharper: “Miller wins it! Miller gets the win that he’s been so desperately desiring.”

Dawson: “And he does it in his old stomping grounds. Poetic justice.”

Miller continues on his way to the back as Gable remains down in the ring. Miller doesn’t look back as he just walk up the rampway, the crowd still cheering for him.

The scene opens up backstage and the crowd boos upon seeing Mr. Drachewych standing next to Jessica Winters outside of the Infection locker room. He can be seen smiling as Jessica leads in.

Jessica: “I am here with Mr. Drachewych and you’ve asked me to come and give you some camera time. Can I ask why?”

Drachewych: “Well yes. I figured it would be best for me to make the following announcement in this way. Given the fact that I am now the highest ranking official present here at Retribution...especially with CHBK making a nice visit to the hospital, I have decided to make a slight change to the SCW Championship match here tonight.”

Jessica: “Wha? Why?”

Drachewych: “It’s more to ensure that fairness is done. See...I realized that last month, we had a bit too much involvement in the World Championship match. And so, tonight, to ensure fairness...I will be acting as the special guest referee.”

The crowd boos loudly as Drachewych just smiles. Jessica Winters looks on in shock. Drachewych looks at her before then turning and walking off. Winters continues to look on in shock as we go to ringside.

Sharper: “He’s going to be the referee?”

Dawson: “Oh dear God. This is not going to end well.”

Knots: “Why? He wants to ensure fairness. That’s what he’s going to do!”

Christian Savior vs. Shilo Valiant

SCW United States Championship

“Coming Home” plays throughout the arena and the crowd starts to boo. Flames shoot out of the entrance way and we then see Christian Savior walk out from the back with the IWC World Championship over his shoulder. The boos intensify and Savior continues on his way down to the ring. Savior makes his way down before walking over to the steel steps. He smirks as he pulls himself up and then walks along the apron and enters into the ring. He then walks over to the corner and throws his arm up in the air, the title which isn’t his, hoisted high above him. He drops down and turns and places the title in the corner before turning and awaiting the arrival of the United States Champion.

Dawson: “Christian Savior has been waiting for this match since September. He now has his chance to win the United States Championship.”

Knots: “Yeah and Shilo Valiant better be ready. Because if not, Christian Savior may not hold the belt of that lesser company....but he’ll regardless, there’s a reason he’s carrying it.”

The audience rise to their feet in cheers as a woman screams the word "NECRO!" across the sound system as "Sin with a Grin" by Shinedown play. The spotlight and camera search around the arena, trying to locate the elusive Necro-Merchant.

The fans yells only grow louder as from seemingly the heavens, Shilo Valiant, US Championship around his waist, flies from above the rafters on a black cable as several white lights shoot out around him, the lights causing his white face and colored hair to glow in eerie colors. Landing in the on the ramp, Shilo unhooks himself, marvelling at the massive audience. The word "Necro" is heard again. Making his way down the ramp, he keeps his eyes focused on the ring. As the light flash and change, Shilo reaches the ring and climbs in. As he stands on the turnbuckle, Shilo raises his arms up in his shooting gun poise as the lights return to normal, revealing Shilo in full color. He then turns and looks over at Christian Savior before taking off his US Championship and handing it off to the referee.

Sharper: “Shilo Valiant has held the SCW Championship for quite some time now and he’s got a huge challenge ahead of him.”

Knots: “A hungry challenger. Someone that wants that belt more than anything else right now.”

The referee holds the title over his head before turning and walking over to the ropes and handing the United States Championship off to the timekeeper. He returns to the timekeeper’s table before turning around and calling for the bell. Savior smirks as Shilo walks forward and looks at Savior. The two continue to circle and Savior then moves in as Shilo goes for a grapple and quickly kicks him in the ribs. He then kicks him again before grabbing him by the head and spinning him around and throwing him into the corner. Savior moves over and nails him with a hard right and then a chop, getting woos from the crowd. He then backs up and grabs Shilo before dragging him out of the corner and then taking him down with an armbreaker DDT. Shilo rolls over, holding his arm and then starts to pull himself up. Savior turns and smiles before grabbing Shilo in a side headlock.

Sharper: “Savior is clearly the more experienced here and he managed to essentially tick Shilo off enough for this match to take place.”

Knots: “And Shilo’s going to fight, but is he going to succeed. I don’t think so!”

Dawson: “Well he’s only lost once in his time in SCW and that was the End of the Year battle royal. You do the math.”

Shilo slowly pulls Savior back and then fires him off across the ring. Savior bounces off the ropes and Shilo jumps up and leapfrogs over it. Savior bounces off the other side and Shilo nails him with a back elbow. Savior rolls over and gets back up. Shilo then hip tosses Savior up and back down. Savior gets back to his feet and Shilo hip tosses him over again. Savior gets back up and quickly backs up and goes to the ropes. Shilo turns and goes after him, but Savior reaches up, poking him in the eye, silencing the crowd before then grabbing Shilo and whipping him into the ropes. Shilo bounces off the ropes and Savior turns and goes to fire him out of the ring. Shilo holds onto the ropes however as Savior turns around and walks the other way, smiling. Shilo then skins the cat and re-enters the ring. Savior turns around and sees him re-entering and then runs after him only for Shilo to lower his head and back drop Savior up and over the top rope and to the floor.

Sharper: “Savior, up and over. And he may be more experienced, but Shilo is the quicker!”

Dawson: “And Savior just got dumped to the floor. Hard landing and here comes Shilo again!”

Savior gets back up and turns to the ring and Shilo grabs the top rope and hits a vertical press over the top rope and down on top of him. The crowd cheers some more. Savior slowly gets up and Shilo walks over and grabs him before turning and rolling him back into the ring. Savior slowly starts to get up as Shilo jumps onto the apron. He then starts to climb up to the top rope. Savior gets to his feet and Shilo jumps off and hits a flying clothesline. Shilo rolls through and then goes for the pin.

Sharper: “Savior down as Shilo clotheslines him down!”

Dawson: “Listen to this crowd. They’re firmly behind the champion.”

Knots: “But does the crowd determine the winner? Hell no! The talent does!”

Savior slowly starts to pull himself up and Shilo grabs him and kicks him in the ribs. He then takes him over with a vertical suplex. He then floats over for a pin.

Shilo rolls over, holding his chest and jaw in pain.

Knots: “Ha ha ha! I love it. Savior just made Shilo’s day that much nicer. Chest and jaw, hurting now.”

Sharper: “Savior saw Shilo getting up and with his back to him, a perfect chance to use the ringside area.”

Savior slowly steps out of the ring and drops to the floor. He then bends over and grabs Shilo before lifting him up and then throwing him hard, back first, against the barricade. Shilo falls to his knees and Savior smirks before grabbing Shilo and turning before hitting a Russian leg sweep against the barricade. The crowd boos as Shilo falls to the mats. Dawson: “The pace has just slowed right down now with Savior in control.”

Sharper: “And with this, Savior can calculate every attack. He can make sure he hits it exactly as he wants.”

Knots: “The sign of a champion, guys!”

Savior gets up as Shilo slowly starts to stir. Savior then nails him with a hard right, jarring Shilo. He hits another and then whips him into the ropes. Shilo bounces off the ropes and Savior lifts him up and throws him down with a powerslam. He then follows up with a pin.

Dawson: “Savior continuing to just dismantle Shilo.”

Sharper: “But he keeps fighting and now, Savior has that chinlock locked in. Wearing him down.”

Savior pulls back and Shilo reaches up. He continues to try and fight it. Savior keeps the hold on and tries to move so his weight is more on Shilo. Shilo manages to turn a bit and slowly starts to get up. He then turns to his knees as Savior keeps the hold on. Shilo then manages to nail Savior with an elbow to the ribs. He then nails him again. Savior lets go and Shilo turns and runs into the ropes. He bounces off the ropes and Savior attempts a clothesline. He looks back at Shilo who stirs from the spear and then holds the belt over his head.

Sharper: “Shilo Valiant was so close, but Christian Savior, the opportunist, takes advantage of a huge opening.”

Knots: “Savior has done it! He’s gotten the belt that he’s desired! Step one is done!”

Dawson: “And now what’s next for Savior? What’s he next plotting?”

Savior continues to hold onto the belt as he continues to celebrate. He smiles as he then starts to walk around the ring and continue his celebration.

Sharper: “And as we see the second title change tonight, can we be three for four? Thorn has his opportunity against his friend Jake Starr. Both men have had a hell of a ride to get here. Let’s see how we go to this huge main event.”

A recap video plays showing the Contendership tournament and its results, the results of the IWC/SCW Championship match at Two for One Special before moving to the various happenings on the latest Breakdown.

Thorn vs. Jake Starr

SCW World Championship

“Cult of Personality” plays throughout the arena and the crowd starts to boo loudly as we see Mr. Drachewych walk out from the back, wearing a referee’s shirt and smiling. He looks out at the crowd which continues to boo before continuing on his way down to the ring. He makes his way over to the ring, dodging an empty cup thrown at his head before walking up the steel steps and entering the ring. He walks around, his arms outstretched, as the crowd boos more. Drachewych just smirks as he walks around the ring and his music fades.

Sharper: “So here we go. Drachewych is the referee and with two people in the ring he hates, I don’t see this ending well.”

Knots: “Oh come on. He just wants to make sure the match is called fairly and as the highest-ranking SCW official, he’s doing just that!”

PATCHING WITH THE "SOCIAL MISFIT" EXPANSION...

The background sounds continue, then more words.

SUBJECT: THORN…

The background noise echoes loudly around the arena, becoming almost deafening as tapping on the keyboard can be heard one last time.

EVALUATION: DEADLY…

The gunfire and sirens halt and all is silent before two green fireworks shoot from the rafters and explode on the ramp.

“I’d Rather Die Than Live Down On My Knees”

The explosion drifts across the ramp before the beginning chords to “Death Before Dishonour” by Five Finger Death Punch blasts out as the lights flicker back on and Thorn can be seen on top of the arena, Charlotte by his side as he looks out into the audience that are cheering loudly, chanting in some cases. Thorn, still bandaged heavily around his head, stops and smiles before cocking his head to the side and holding his arms outwards before making a beckoning motion with his hands, gesturing for the crowds to cheer louder before fireworks shoot out at the top of the ramp again in a burst before he resumes walking down to the ring again. As he walks past the barrier he high fives all the outstretched palms as Charlotte simply looks on with a proud smile on her face, waving to the odd fan that catches her attention before halting at the side of the ring as Thorn slides underneath the ropes, looking briefly at Drachewych. He glares at him before walking over to the corner and climbing the turnbuckle, making the beckoning gestures again before playing to the crowds. He jumps down and does the same to all the turnbuckles before standing still in the centre, waiting for the match to begin, he looks to the outside at his daughter and smiles as she applauds for him along with the crowds.

Sharper: “That look may say it all. Thorn clearly doesn’t trust Drachewych here either.”

Dawson: “And Thorn doesn’t look in the best condition, but he’s here, fighting for the SCW Championship against a friend. And you have him in here to muck it up.”

Knots: “Oh stop it! You guys are too worried about things!”

The arena goes dark, with just the sounds of the crowds and the flashes of the cameras. With the first chord of "Sandstorm" by Darude, two green spotlights shoot to the stage. As the song hits the post, fireworks erupt from the stage, and from behind the curtain emerges Jake Starr, SCW Championship over his shoulder. Upon first stepping onto the stage, Starr pauses to immerse himself in the electricity of the fans. He smirks as he looks around the arena. He walks down towards the ring, slapping the occasional outstretched hand of the fans around the ring. He quickly ascends the steps and enters the ring. Upon entering the ring he walks to the opposite corner and steps up to the middle turnbuckle. He once again cocks a smirk. The crowd reacts to his presence with a majority of cheers, and scattered boos. He points towards the crowd, and shows his appreciation by tapping his chest with the fist he had extended. He proceeds to repeat that gesture on the remaining turnbuckles, and finally settles in the ring. He then turns and looks at Drachewych and just glares at him. Drachewych asks for the World Championship, but Starr just shakes his head. He then turns and walks over to Thorn and shows it to him before turning around and handing it to the timekeeper himself. Drachewych just glares back at Starr before reluctantly stepping back.

Dawson: “How about that? Starr not trusting Drachewych with his belt.”

Sharper: “And this match went from a match of respect and honour to one where we’re not sure what to make of it.”

Drachewych calls for the bell and the crowd roars as Starr and Thorn briefly both look to Drachewych then to each other. Thorn and Starr then nod and start to move towards each other in the middle of the ring and then lunge, grappling in the middle. Starr tries to push Thorn back, but Thorn spins around and manages to push Starr back to the corner. Drachewych moves in for the break, but Starr pushes out and then turns into a side headlock. Thorn winces and then slowly pulls Starr back and against the ropes before firing him forward. Starr bounces off the ropes and Thorn moves forward and attempts a running cross forearm chop to the throat, but Starr ducks. He bounces off the other side and Thorn lifts him up for a hip toss, but Starr turns through and counters with a monkey flip. Thorn rolls over and gets up and both look to each other and smirk as the crowd cheers a bit.

Dawson: “These two do know each other to some level. They’ve faced off in the past before. Starr has won both encounters.”

Sharper: “Once for the Adrenaline Championship. The other time being the Chamber match.”

Both move towards the middle of the ring and again lock up in the middle of the ring. Thorn pushes back again, but Starr then drops down and sweeps behind. He then grabs Thorn and attempts a snap back suplex, but Thorn flips through. Starr rolls over and Thorn kicks him in the ribs. He then nails him with a hard right before turning and whipping him into the corner. Starr bounces out and Thorn lifts him up and back drops him over. Starr gets back up and Thorn turns and attempts a chop, but Starr ducks and Thorn turns only for Starr to chop him in the chest. The crowd woos and Starr chops him again. He then grabs Thorn in a side headlock before forcing him down with a takedown and then jumping up and hitting a knee drop to the side of the head. Thorn rolls over and Starr walks over and grabs Thorn and lifts him up. He hits another chop before knocking him into the ropes. He then turns and whips him back. Thorn bounces off the other side and Starr kicks him in the ribs before turning and running into the ropes and hitting a running knee lift. Thorn rolls over and Starr goes for the pin. Drachewych drops down to count.

Knots: “See! Perfectly paced count there.”

Knots: “Yes.”

Starr nails Thorn with a snap jab to the top of the head. Thorn spins around and Starr kicks him in the ribs. He then hoists him up and throws him back with a vertical suplex. Thorn rolls over and grabs Starr before then lifting him up and placing him on the top turnbuckle.

Sharper: “Thorn going for a big move early. He’s got Starr seated on the top turnbuckle.”

Knots: “Yeah. And with Starr not quite worn down, this isn’t necessarily smart.”

Dawson: “But with Thorn’s condition, can he last in a longer match in which Starr clearly has to be the favourite?”

Thorn nails Starr with a hard uppercut and then starts to climb up the turnbuckles. He headbutts Starr before grabbing him and setting him up for a superplex, but Starr stands up and nails Thorn with a shot to the ribs and then another before shoving Thorn off. Thorn hits hard and rolls back before getting up and Starr then dives off and hits a blockbuster. The crowd cheers and Starr turns and goes for a pin, again hooking the leg.

Thorn kicks out again. Starr grabs Thorn and slowly helps him back to his feet before kneeing him in the ribs.

Dawson: “I think we’re all shocked that Drachewych, right now, is being quite impartial. No fast counts. He’s right there. He’s standing back when he doesn’t need to be in the thick of things.”

Knots: “Maybe he just wants to make sure this World Championship match goes without a hitch.”

Sharper: “Why do I struggle to believe that when he undermined the one at Body, Heart and Soul?”

Starr then gutwrenches Thorn up and powerbombs him down. Starr turns and walks over to the ropes and then steps through to the apron and climbs up to the top rope. Thorn remains down and Starr gets all the way to the top rope before suddenly Thorn nips up. The crowd roars and Starr then dives forward, but Thorn turns and catches him with an uppercut. He jumps over then top rope and hits a corkscrew plancha over the top rope and down on top of Starr, knocking him into the announce tables. The crowd cheers as both men, roll over, in pain.

Dawson: “Oh my God! Right here in front of us!”

Sharper: “Twisting pescado over the top rope and Thorn took a chance and it paid off as he takes down the champion!”

Knots: “But he may have hurt himself too.”

Dawson: “And I noted some hesitancy from Thorn. I think his injuries are affecting his confidence with some moves.”

Sharper: “Well, I would think so as his vision has to still be impaired from earlier this week. But regardless, he may still have to be that risk-taker.”

Thorn rolls over slowly as Drachewych stands back, not counting. Thorn slowly pulls himself up and leans on the announce table before lifting Starr up. He then nails him with a forearm, knocking him back a bit. He then turns and rolls Starr back into the ring. Starr slowly starts to get up and Thorn slides in. Knots: “And Drachewych giving these fans what they want. A winner! No countouts!”

Dawson: “Yeah, that’s why he’s doing it!”

Knots: “You have a better reason.”

Dawson: “Well...not yet...”

Knots: “Then stop with the lies!”

Knots: “How the hell is he a referee? This makes no sense.”

Starr and Thorn raise each other’s hands as the crowd cheers both them. Thorn turns to Starr and the two embrace before Thorn starts to leave to allow Starr to celebrate. Starr just stops him and motions for him to come over and both raise either other’s hands again. Zero meanwhile looks down at Drachewych before reaching into his pocket and pulling out a sealed envelope. He turns it over and tosses it on top of the downed body of Drachewych. The camera moving in to reveal the initials “K K” on the envelope. The cameras then turn back to Starr and Thorn as they celebrate as Greg slowly stirs.

Dawson: “K K? Is Zero the other partner? What?”

Knots: “Oh hell no.”

Sharper: “Well we certainly have some questions that need to be answered. In any case, Jake Starr retains the World Championship and he and Thorn celebrating together.”

Knots: “It’s just a wonderful vision....right....”

Starr and Thorn continue to celebrate, going to each side of the ring and raising each other’s hands before Thorn finally turns and embraces Starr again.
