The SCW logo then appears on the screen before evaporating into smoke and the scene fades to black.

The Rise to Greatness Pre-Show logo comes back up on the screen before we fade to a shot inside the BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We see a shot of fans walking past some of the camera set up in SCW fanfest. Some play to the camera while others simply wave and walk past. We then see a shot of some of the fans lining up to meet Dark Fantasy in the SCW Fanfest before cutting to a shot of many others lining up to see Konrad Raab, Sienna Swann and others.

Sharper: “Welcome to Rise to Greatness weekend, live from SCW Fanfest. We are just twenty-four hours away from the big event, Rise to Greatness tomorrow night. But tonight, we come to you live from the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and SCW Fanfest for our annual SCW Rise to Greatness pre-show.”

We then cut to the inside of the smaller arena, with a seated floor arena and some standing room areas. We then cut to ringside to see Adam Sharper and Jessica Winters at ringside.

Sharper: “Hello again everyone. Adam Sharper here with Jessica Winters and ladies and gentlemen, you can feel it in the air, the excitement.”

Jessica: “That may put it mildly. We’ve got a lot of excited fans from all over the world. Tonight, we’ll see three big matches, all leading into the biggest night in professional wrestling tomorrow night.”

Sharper: “That’s right. We’ll see Donovan Kayl and Alexis Quinne finally clash in singles action. But not just that, we will also see the Women’s Title get a new number one contender who will face either Katie Steward or Sienna Swann after tomorrow’s big event.”

Jessica: “But we’re kicking things off by showing what happens when the World Champion straightens his act and someone doesn’t like it. Eli D’Angelo angering the trainer and some students of the Ante Up Academy!”

Matty Stone & Catalina Herrera vs. Eli D’Angelo & Sterling Hero

The lights drop completely, plunging the room into darkness before the speakers burst into life with the opening of “For Boston” by the Dropkick Murphys and the crowd begin to buzz in recognition straight away as white strobe lights flicker on the stage. As the last drone from the bagpipes of “For Boston” ends however, pyro’s pop on either side of the stage and “Right Back At It Again” by A Day To Remember hits the speakers and the lights come back up to show Matty Stone walking out from the back. Catalina Herrera runs out with him. Matty smiles down at the fans around him before throwing his fist into the air and the fans roar before he turns and makes his way to the ring. Catalina follows, just smiling.

Phillips: “This is your opening contest, scheduled for one-fall and has a twenty minute time limit. First, on their way to the ring. First, from Boston Massachusetts, he is the head trainer at AnteUp Academy of Wrestling and is the Hardcore Icon... MATTY STONE!!! And his partner, from Santa Barbara, California, she is Catalina Herrera!”

Stone jogs down to the ring, high fiving with the fans before hitting the ring and sliding underneath the bottom rope. Catalina runs down and does the same on the opposite side of the entrance way. Matty pops back up to his feet and walks to the ropes on the far side of the ring, standing on the bottom rope and leaning into the middle and top ropes as he throws his fist into the air again. Catalina runs over and goes to another corner and looks around. They then turn to one another before they drop down and step back to their corner to wait for the start of the match.

Sharper: “Matty Stone is ready to go. I hope Catalina Herrera is as well. We last saw her in the Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal. She is teaming with Matty tonight as she was one of the students that Eli D’Angelo berated when he went there to expose Ace Marshall.”

Jessica: “Both Matty Stone and Catalina took issue. And so did other students. Matty chose Catalina to support him and you know they are going to look to get their hands on the Sadistic leader of the D’Angelo Compound here tonight.”

The lights drop as "The Left Side" by The Music begins to play. Eli D'Angelo emerges from the back with a solemn and somber look upon his face, his eyes cold and fixed upon the path ahead. A lantern is held within his outstretched grasp to light the way in the dark, taking his time walking down to the ring before him. We then see Sterling Hero following him from behind.

Phillips: “And their opponents, both coming from the D’Angelo Compound, they are Sterling Hero and Eli D’Angelo!”

Eli's fixed gaze remains as he approaches the ringside area, pausing and staring at what will become his battleground momentarily as though in a trance. Hero just follows his leader. The cameraman brave enough to get close enough catches Eli's mouth moving as though muttering to himself, continuing his journey towards the steel ring steps. Eli ascends them slowly, walking along the apron before climbing through the ropes in one fluid motion. Moving into the center of the ring, Eli raises the lantern before his face and stares into it before blowing it out, the house lights coming back on as he places the lantern in a corner of the ring, removing his hat and shaking his long hair loose. Sterling Hero climbs onto the apron and stands in the corner, a bit nervous as Matty Stone stays in the ring. Catalina exits and Hero calms down a bit.

Sharper: “Eli D’Angelo looks ready to fight. Hero a bit tentative.”

Jessica: “And we’ve seen that before. Hero has always been nervous when facing a female competitor. Most famously against Kelcey Wallace at the Best of the Best Tournament two years running.”

Sharper: “And Eli D’Angelo preyed on that to get him to follow him and we’re seeing that tonight.”

The bell sounds. Eli D’Angelo and Matty Stone look at one antoher as the crowd roars. Matty then runs right for Eli. He goes for a running clothesline, but Eli ducks and spins around. Matty stops at the Eli/Hero corner and turns around and Eli blasts him with a hard right and then another before shoving him back. He headbutts him. The referee goes to warn Eli and Eli backs up and extends his arms, allowing Hero to blast Matty with a hard right to the back of the head. Matty stumbles out. He then turns around and goes to take a swing. Hero ducks and drops down. He turns around and Eli nails him with another hard right. Matty spins around before walking along the ropes to the corner.

Sharper: “Eli and Hero using Matty’s anger quickly in this match.”

Jessica: “Not surprising given how Eli D’Angelo likes to operate.”

Eli follows and nails him with another jarring right hand. Matty winces. Eli grabs him and whips him across the ring. Eli runs across and nails him with a running clothesline. Matty staggers out and Eli steps forward and snapmares him down. He then runs into the ropes. He bounces off and hits an elbow drop. The crowd boos as Eli goes for the pin.

Matty kicks out. He turns and Eli grabs him and drags him up and elbows him in the back of the head. He then throws him into the corner. He tags in Hero and points at Matty. Hero enters and quickly nails him with a snap jab and then a hard chop. The crowd woos. He jabs him again and then drops down with a drop toe hold. Matty reaches out and Hero gets up and stomps him in the back of the head.

Sharper: “Hero looking solid here. Nice aggression. Stone in trouble.”

Jessica: “And they’ve cut him off quick. And no doubt trying to get Catalina Herrera, with a distinct experience disadvantage to either get overwhelmed or do something foolish.”

Hero grabs Matty and pulls him up. He elbows him in the back of the head. He then runs into the ropes, bounces off and Matty turns as Hero hits a flying clothesline. He goes for the pin.

Catalina enters and pulls him off. Hero looks over and rolls away. Catalina exits as Matty stirs. Hero looks around before grabbing Matty and pulling him up. He then spins him around and whips him into the ropes. Matty however spins through and sends Hero in. Hero bounces off and Matty snaps him over with a powerslam.

Sharper: “Oh! Big powerslam! Stone stops and sticks Hero!”

Jessica: “Cover too!”

Hero kicks out. Matty falls back and turns and looks at Catalina. The crowd cheers a bit and Matty tags in Catalina. She enters and Hero gets up and looks up and his eyes widen as Catalina then kicks him in the ribs. She then kicks him in the thigh before jumping up and hitting a dropkick. Hero hits the mat. Catalina goes for the pin.

Hero kicks out. She stirs as Catalina grabs his arm and wrenches it. He slowly gets up and looks around, a bit concerned before rolling through. He then boots her back. Catalina rolls over. Hero looks at her before turning and tagging in Eli. Eli looks at him and Catalina gets up and Eli enters the ring and runs over and Catalina looks a bit concerned as she watches as Eli comes in and nails her with a hard right. The crowd ohs. They boo as Eli then pulls Catalina out and scoops her up and throws her back with a Samoan drop. The crowd ohs again. Eli rolls over and looks at Matty. Matty just glares at him.

Sharper: “There’s the inexperience, but also the fear.”

Jessica: “One thing to stand up to him outside of a match. Eli went right for Catalina and knew she’d have to deal with the situation. Eli won there.”

Matty watches as Eli grabs Catalina and pulls her up. He then hoists her up and hits a snap back suplex. Eli then gets up and looks around before running into the ropes. He bounces off and Matty enters and runs over and nails Eli with a running knee. The crowd ohs. Eli falls back. The referee tells Matty to get out. He then forces him out. Catalina starts to get up and turns around and sees Eli and goes over to stomp him, but Sterling enters the ring and runs over and clotheslines her down from behind. He then takes a deep breath before exiting the ring.

Jessica: “Oh come on!”

Sharper: “Catalina going to take advantage of Matty Stone getting involved to save her and Hero found the intestinal fortitude to get involved!”

Jessica: “And knocked her down from behind.”

Catalina stirs as Hero walks around the ring. Matty exits and Eli slowly gets up. Catalina turns and crawls towards Matty as Eli grabs at the ropes. He then turns around and grabs her from behind and pulls her up before headbutting her in the back of the head. He then pulls her back up and throws her back with a Russian leg sweep. He then hits an elbow drop. He goes for the pin.

Matty breaks it up. Eli looks up and turns and grabs Catalina as Matty is forced out. Eli then turns and drags her over towards Hero. Hero however shakes his head no. Catalina suddenly gets free and jumps up and hits a dropkick to the head of Eli. Eli falls over. Catalina rolls over and crawls over to Matty. The crowd cheers as Eli then tags in Hero and points. Hero enters, but just in time for Catalina to tag in Matty!

Sharper: “Catalina got across! Matty Stone back in!”

Jessica: “And here he goes!”

Matty Stone enters as Hero runs over and jumps up. Matty catches him and spins him around and drops him with a huge spinebuster. The crowd roars. Eli steps forward and Matty nails him with a hard right and then another and another before backing up and drilling him with a vicious clothesline, knocking him up and over the top rope to the floor. Eli rolls over. Matty walks around and Sterling starts to get up and Matty hits a big flapjack. Sterling rolls over in pain. Matty rolls over and turns and looks at Catalina and tags her back in. He then smiles. He turns and walks over to the apron by Eli and Hero’s corner. Eli starts to get up and Matty shrugs before then stepping forward and flipping off with a cannonball onto Eli D’Angelo! The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Matty Stone diving off the apron! Not the most athletic guy, but he made sure he took down Eli!”

Jessica: “And he tagged in Catalina Herrera to get the win here!”

Sharper: “Allowing his student to perhaps get a big moment!”

Hero slowly starts to get up and staggers up and Catalina spins him around, kicking him in the ribs and hitting the Jubilation. The crowd roars. Catalina turns and hooks the leg.

1!

2!

3!

The crowd roars.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, by pinfall, Catalina Herrera & Matty Stone!”

The crowd cheers. Catalina gets up as Matty holds his back and rolls into the ring. He then gets up and hugs his student. The two then celebrate in the middle of the ring with Matty raising Catalina’s arm.

Sharper: “And Catalina Herrera gets the win and Matty and Catalina get the plaudits for Ante Up Academy!”

Jessica: “That young lady has a hell of a smile on her face. And she may have a great career ahead of her.”

Matty and Catalina continue to celebrate as Hero rolls out of the ring. Eli gets up on the floor and looks in before turning and heading to the back. He heads off as we then cut away.

Sharper: “Now let’s go to the SCW Fanfest where Spirit Dansby is standing by with the manager of the SCW World Champion, Ace Marshall, Cassidy Carter!”

We open up to see Cassidy Carter standing off to the side with Spirit Dansby. Her eyes can be seen scanning the room as Spirit turns to her.

Spirit: “Thank you Adam. I am here with Cassidy Carter and Cassidy, tomorrow night, you will be at ringside for our main event. Your client, and friend, Ace Marshall-“

Cassidy: “Could be more. I mean, it does get lonely on the road.”

Spirit: “Really?”

Cassidy: “Maybe. Maybe not. Gets you thinking. Carry on.”

Spirit: “Ah…okay…”

Spirit recomposes herself.

Spirit: “You have been now involved with Rachel Foxx and Ace Marshall-“

Cassidy: “Involved. Well then. I’ll tell Rachel. Maybe we can tape something. We’ll then be loved here in Milwaukee. Ace can watch!”

Spirit: “You know what I meant.”

Cassidy: “Do I now? Did you want to join in?”

Spirit shakes her head.

Spirit: “Let me try this again.”

Spirit pauses briefly.

Spirit: “You will be standing at ringside. You’ve gotten yourself into Ace Marshall’s matches before and James Evans is a bit of an enigma in terms of his attitude. He wants this more than ever, but he’s been limiting how much scouting Ace Marshall could do since Taking Hold of the Flame. Have you and Ace come up with any strategy? What are you two going to try to do to keep the World Title with Ace Marshall?”

Cassidy: “Easy…he’s going to win. What? Do you want me to say more? James Evans has shown that he’s not sure what to do with this situation. I’ve been in locker rooms with Rachel Foxx. Now with Ace. Ace may tell jokes, but he wants to win. He knows this is his best run in the business, period. He wants to keep it going. James is almost there. He stunned the world at Taking Hold of the Flame. Then he took shortcuts. All so he can keep himself injury free or free of bumps and bruises. The problem is that what’s going to happen in that ring and he steps on the wrong foot. Maybe he realizes that his plan in his head isn’t the same in the ring because he’s gotten out of touch not being in the ring. Ace has been out there more than most in the last four months. Yeah, he could be a bit bruised. But he’s fine tuned and James…he’s going to have to hope he can be by tomorrow night. If not…this great opportunity…it’s gone and Ace Marshall and I will laugh and wave as he floats off, back to the back, thinking about what could have been.”

Cassidy smiles and turns to Spirit.

Cassidy: “Sure you don’t want to join anything?”

Spirit: “Ah…no, and thank you for you time.”

Cassidy smirks and walks off.

Spirit: “Adam?”

We then cut to a wide shot showing the whole of SCW Fanfest.

Sharper: “Thank you Spirit. Cassidy Carter confident for her and the World Champion, Ace Marshall. Meanwhile, here tonight, plenty to come. We’ll be back from Milwaukee, after this!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIAL:

We return to see the Rise to Greatness logo come up on the screen. This is followed by a shot of Vixen Cain vs. Dawn Lohan vs. Ravyn Taylor for the SCW United States Championship

Sharper: “Welcome back to Milwaukee. Tomorrow night, one of the big title matches will be this triple threat match for the SCW United States Championship.”

Jessica: “We found out that Merrick Wiseman and Vixen Cain were the reason for Dawn Lohan being tied up and humiliated, putting the blame on Ravyn Taylor. It was a plan to end Ravyn Taylor’s United States Championship reign and get the title for themselves.”

Sharper: “Let’s take a look back and the history between these three United States Championship contenders.”

RECAP:

We open up to show Dawn Lohan standing in the ring as the SCW United States Champion.

Dawn: “A lot of you thought I wasn’t going to be able to stand here holding the SCW United States Championship. A lot of people thought Ravyn Taylor was never going to lose it, but I have never liked settling for that….”

We cut to show a shot of Dawn pinning Ravyn Taylor at Taking Hold of the Flame.

1!

2!

3!

The crowd erupts in cheers. Dawn rolls off of Ravyn and falls over. She just looks up from the blood coming from her face. The referee goes over and grabs the US Championship.

Phillips: “Here is your winner and NEW SCW United States Champion, Dawn Lohan!”

Dawn slowly gets up as the referee hands her the title. Dawn looks at it as she has her arm raised.

Sharper: “Ravyn Taylor’s seven hundred day reign is over!”

Knots: “I don’t believe it!”

We cut back to show Dawn in the ring.

Dawn: “…Ravyn, I know full well how good you are. I needed to be the best I ever was and I was at Taking Hold of the Flame and in some stupid way, I have to actually thank whoever tied me up backstage, humiliating me by leaving me in the bathroom, a black lace thong stuffed in my mouth….”

We see the shot of Dawn Lohan in the bathroom, tied up, with the black lace thong in her mouth. We also see a shot of her throwing it at Ravyn, approaching her backstage.

Dawn: “I said before Taking Hold of the Flame that justice would wait until after. Well, it is after and I have a pretty easy way to obtain it. See, I look at Rise to Greatness. I look at an event I have never won at and I think that’s a hell of a place to defend my newly won SCW United States Championship against whomever decided to humiliate me!”

We then cut to show Merrick Wiseman walking to the ring with something in his hand.

Sharper: “Merrick Wiseman coming down…”

Knots: “Well maybe he’s got another scoop. Figured it out for Trinity! Found out David Miller was involved there. And Miller still needs justice to be served!”

Sharper: “Dawn however isn’t exactly letting him in.”

The camera gets close up as Wiseman goes to enter and Dawn stops him.

Dawn: “Give me a reason to even let you into the ring.”

Wiseman says something to her, the camera catching the last part of it.

Wiseman: “…something to give you. Video backstage….”

Wiseman holds up a flash drive in his hand. Dawn just looks at it and backs up. Wiseman hops onto the apron. He slowly enters the ring. He then asks for Dawn’s microphone. Dawn reluctantly hands it over.

Sharper: “He has a video…”

Dawn looks at Merrick as Merrick looks at Dawn.

Merrick: “Thank you. It’s nice that someone around here is willing to speak respectfully. But I wanted to come out as we don’t need to actually do something like this. I figure I’d help remove all doubt. This company needs to have justice done for once. And any place I can help, I will do so. So here…It’s the security tape footage outside of the bathrooms. Fortunately, that building had good security. I was able to convince them to give it to me. It’s pretty clear who did it. It was someone who clearly had an axe to grind with both you and Ravyn. I’ll let you see it for yourself.”

As Merrick’s voice is heard. We then see a shot of Vixen Cain and Ravyn Taylor fighting in the ring, before showing Ravyn holding the US Championship and leaving the ring. We see Cain yelling at Ravyn before showing Dawn Lohan nailing Vixen Cain with the Through the Looking Glass. This is followed by a shot of Merrick Wiseman handcuffing Ravyn Taylor before showing a shot of Ravyn Taylor beating Merrick Wiseman when her daughter Juno gets involved from last year.

We then see Vixen Cain sliding into the ring from behind. Merrick holds onto the microphone and Cain blasts Dawn from behind with a clothesline. The crowd ohs and boos. Wiseman then backs up and Cain turns and stomps Dawn in the back over and over again.

Merrick: “…I said that justice needed to come to SCW a bit at a time, and well, thank you Dawn, because you’re making sure of it. All we needed to do was set someone up to finally want to beat Ravyn as badly as I wanted to. And you played your part in spades. Now that serial criminal’s reign is done. I vowed to end her reign TWO DAMN YEARS ago and thanks to you, FINALLY I got my chance and I want to think SCW for giving me some time away to help plan all of this as I also just needed someone else who deserved justice.”

Merrick turns to Vixen as Dawn stirs a bit.

Sharper: “My God…”

Merrick: “On that flash drive is a video that shows us heading right into that bathroom, but we’ll save you the time. Vixen, how about you just give a bit more proof?”

We then see a shot of Vixen Cain holding up lace panties. He then turns and throws them right at Dawn.

Merrick’s voice is heard again. As it is heard, we see Vixen Cain standing across the ring from Ravyn Taylor on three separate occasions.

Merrick: “Thank you for giving Vixen the opportunity. The same opportunity he should’ve been given MONTHS ago as Vixen Cain should’ve ended Ravyn’s reign had Mr. D not let his own personal hatred of him get in the way. Thank you Dawn for letting us serve JUSTICE!”

We then see Ravyn Taylor running out from the back. This is followed by her attempting an Evolutionary Synthesis. Merrick blocks it before Cain is shown nailing her with a Yakuza kick.

Merrick: “Thanks for coming out Ravyn. It just allows me to remind you that you couldn’t outthink justice. You deserved all of this. So call yourself a victim. This is turnabout being fair play. You’re not winning this one!”

We then return from the darkness to show a shot of Dawn Lohan standing in the ring, holding the SCW United States Championship.

Dawn: “I am not going to waste any time here tonight. Ravyn! I want you out here, right now!”

The crowd roars.

Knots: “Well, here we go. Time for Lohan to show that Lohan anger!”

We see Ravyn walking to the ring.  Ravyn and Dawn lock eyes.

Dawn: “Cain had this lovely scheme with Wiseman. I don’t think they deserve to get everything their way. I want you in that ring too so I can beat you again and remove all doubt that I am not only here to stay as champion, but I can get it done at Rise to Greatness. So Ravyn, I’ve already talked to Chad…you’ve got your rematch. But just remember, I owe you still for last week.”

Ravyn just continues to look at Dawn as the crowd cheers. Ravyn smiles as Dawn walks past her and walks to the ropes and drops down to the floor.

Sharper: “Ravyn Taylor has been added to the US Championship match at Rise to Greatness. Lohan, Taylor, Cain.”

“Emotionless” by Red Sun Rising starts to play. The chorus plays as we see a shot of Ravyn Taylor locking the Memento Mori on Dawn Lohan before showing Dawn Lohan nailing Ravyn Taylor with the Through the Looking Glass. This is followed by a shot of Ravyn Taylor getting stomped on by Merrick Wiseman before showing Vixen Cain clotheslining her down.

You'll just lie
Motionless
Emotionless
You're beautiful asleep
Motionless
Emotionless
You're beautiful asleep

This is followed by a shot of Vixen Cain holding the SCW United States Championship and then showing a shot of Vixen Cain smiling. We then see Ravyn Taylor holding the SCW United States Championship over her head. This is followed by a shot of Dawn Lohan celebrating at Taking Hold of the Flame. We then cut to a shot of Dawn nailing Vixen Cain with the SCW United States Championship before cutting to a shot of her nailing Ravyn with the title.

Cause you're falling apart
Cause you're falling apart
At your seams

We then see Ravyn Taylor hitting the Evolutionary Synthesis on Dawn Lohan before holding the title. We then see Vixen Cain and Merrick Wiseman smiling before showing Cain nailing Ravyn Taylor with a Yakuza Kick and Cain stomping Dawn in the back. We then cut to a shot of Dawn Lohan tied up and being helped by officials again before the scene fades out.

The Rise to Greatness logo comes up on the screen. We open up back in the SCW Fanfest to see Spirit Dansby standing by with Vixen Cain.

Spirit: “I am here with Vixen Cain and Vixen, we just saw how you and Merrick Wiseman worked together to develop this plan to become the SCW United States Champion and get some revenge against Ravyn Taylor.”

Cain: “But it’s not just that. See, this was about a number of things. Like reminding both Dawn and Ravyn that there are others who are just as good, if not better, and smarter, and more deserving. See, both liked to flaunt their rise to the top. But they didn’t get played like I did. Yeah, Ravyn had Kelcey messing with her. But she deserved that. Dawn had Red Rayne, but Dawn just showed she was a weak woman looking for a more powerful leader. I should’ve been US Champion months ago. But tomorrow night, I can solve all of that. Tomorrow night, I get to beat two people who deserve to be beaten by me and in the process I’ll win the US Championship.”

Cain smiles as Spirit just looks at him disgusted.

Cain: “And in the process, Ravyn can call herself a victim. Dawn can remember what it feels to lose at Rise to Greatness and I will win the title and make sure neither one of them get a shot at it as long as I hold it! That sounds like the perfect revenge.”

Cain smiles and turns to Spirit.

Spirit: “Thank you for your time.”

Cain: “No…thank you.”

Cain walks off as Spirit turns to the camera.

Spirit: “And now let’s go to Marisa Condolesa who is standing by with Chris Cannon.”

We then cut to another part of the building to see Chris Cannon, dressed in a suit, seemingly ready to leave. He just smiles as Marisa Condolesa turns to the camera.

Condolesa: “Thank you Spirit.”

She turns to Chris.

Condolesa: “I am here with Chris Cannon and tomorrow night, you will do battle with AJ Helms in an effort, I assume, to continue to humiliate him, even though, he is just starting out his career. You’ve taken a distinct hatred towards him.”

Cannon: “Yes, because he doesn’t understand what he has done by disrespecting not just my beautiful wife, Kelcey. We all know he should’ve handed that contract over to her months ago. But then to claim that he’s got some moral highground, it’s clear that he’s someone that needs to be taught a lesson. So I gave him his primer, since it’s clear his father wasn’t a good teacher, nor was AnteUp Academy. Sure, they may have gotten lucky earlier today, but against myself and Kelcey, and yes, I am slotting Katelyn Buehler there since she loves to go there and teach and everyone just loves her, tomorrow night, on the big stage, at Rise to Greatness, their potential will mean nothing when Kelcey and myself destroy it in front of the world.”

Cannon smiles.

Cannon: “And if AJ wants to take some moral high ground, then I hope when I beat him, he doesn’t stand off and call for another chance at revenge. Maybe Shaun and him can try and deal with our new Tag Team Champions in Money in the Bank…oh yes, I’m calling that match now as well. See, Moanrchy, in name, may be dead, but our attitude, it continues because it’s the right way to do things and tomorrow, we remind everyone that we are still the best wrestlers on the planet, no matter what anyone thinks!”

Cannon looks at the camera before turning back to Marisa

Condolesa: “Thank you for your comments. Good luck tomorrow.”

Cannon turns and walks off.

Condolesa: “The SCW Rise to Greatness Pre-Show continues, after this!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIAL:

We return with a wide shot of the Bradley Center to see SCW Fanfest going on before we cut to one of the autograph tables to see Spirit Dansby with David Miller. He finishes signing an autograph before turning to Spirit.

Spirit: “Welcome back to the SCW Rise to Greatness Pre-Show. I have a moment here with David Miller. Tomorrow, you’ll be facing Merrick Wiseman. He’s had a problem with you for month, as you have with him. What will it mean for you to get him not just in the ring, but on Rise to Greatness’ big stage?”

Miller turns to Spirit.

Miller: “Easy…I finally get to get my hands around his neck and squeeze. I can throw him around that ring. I can pound his face into dust. I can finally just shut him up for just sticking on it and sticking on it. And on top of that, getting his little forearm and taking him down and trust me, I have some questions there, but tomorrow, we won’t need to ask them, because I will simply just beat him in that ring and make him regret ever going on his crusade against me. And then hopefully everything from Trinity and before, that can be in the past. I realized it was a bad plan and now…I just want to move on. Tomorrow, I will.”

Spirit: “Thank you. I’ll let you get back to signing autographs. Back to the ring.”

Miller turns over and grabs his pen as another fan comes in and slides their programme in front of Miller as we cut away.

Stacy Kissinger vs. Kayla Jones vs. Bree Lancaster vs. Casey Holliday vs. Gigi Steward

Number One Contendership to the SCW Women’s Championship

The intro to "Quicksilver" by Cruxshadows begins, and Bree Lancaster appears at the top of the stage, trademark big smile on her face. As she walks out, pink and purple pyro shower down behind her. As she starts down the ramp, the music cuts to a flourish of a techno beat, and the chorus. Bree smiles at and greets a few fans as she makes her way to the ring, a slight skip in her step.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one-fall, has a thirty minute time limit, and is for the SCW Women’s Championship Number One Contendership. First, on her way to the ring, from New Orleans, Louisiana, she is Bree Lancaster!”

Bree slides into the ring under the bottom rope, and quickly hops to her feet, arms over head, and circles the center of the ring, as the song goes on. The tempo of the song slows, and Bree hops up on a corner, posing with her arms overhead, flashing her megawatt smile at the crowd.

"The future belongs to the brave."

Bree hops down and the music fades out as she does a few squats to stretch before the match.

Sharper: “Bree Lancaster has talked about how she is going to make this the Bree-Show, not the Pre-Show, and she’s going to look to earn herself another shot at the Women’s Championship.”

Jessica: “Lately, she’s got the most personal reason to fight off Gigi Steward or others. But she’s also struggled to string wins together. Tonight, she wins, this all turns around just like that.”

The lighting completely turns off inside the arena and only the SCWtron is lit. It shows a set of deep brown eyes. It slowly zooms out to show the face of Stacy Kissinger. Some people pop in the crowd. The SCWtron zooms out even further until her entire frame can be seen before if zooms back in real fast to just show Stacy’s face. Her eyes blink and then close and the SCWtron goes to black. But it's not a few seconds before the beginning of "Fight Song" by Rachel Platten is heard. A small bit of fog rolls out onto the entrance way and the familiar figure of Stacy Kissinger steps out and through the fog. The stage lights come on so everyone can see her holding a microphone, wearing a yellow and dark slate blue colored robe around her, the colors of Adrenaline Rush.

She doesn't sing, but she does remove herself from the entrance area and heads to the ring as she looks around the arena a little bit, gently smiling.

Phillips: “The second entrant, from Dallas, Texas, representing Adrenaline Rush, she is the Solid Gold Sensation, Stacy Kissinger!”

Stacy completes her walk to the ring and slides in. She then stands up and goes to the center of the ring and slowly spins herself around so she can view the entire arena. She then removes the robe from around her, pats a patch of each color that is on the robe before placing it on her corner's turnbuckle, revealing that she has on a short frilly black skirt and a red halter top that states "Feel The Rush", in yellow, on the front.

Stacy then hears a few boos from the crowd, obviously from her critics. She shrugs her shoulders and looks back to the stage, which is when one line of pyro goes off while her entrance music is coming to an end. While it does, Stacy turns her attention to the match that she's about to face as she goes to the corner of the ring where her Adrenaline Rush colored robe is. She places her special personalized microphone down in the corner. She then warms up for the match that she's about to take part in.

Sharper: “Meanwhile, you don’t see it on her hand right now, but some exciting news for Miss Kissinger. Craig Thomas and her getting engaged.”

Jessica: “Congratulations to the two of them. But now, it’s all business and if this weekend goes as they’d like, they could hold the Tag Team Championships and a shot at the Women’s Title.”

"Diary of Jane" by Breaking Benjamin hits and there's some silence for a few seconds before Casey Holliday walks through the curtains. The crowd gives a warm reception as she takes a little bit of time trying to acknowledge some of the fans in the front row.

Phillips: “The third entrant, from Seattle, Washington, she is one of the 2016 Trios Tournament winners, she is Casey Holliday!”

When she reaches the end of the walkway, she takes a deep breath before she makes her way into the ring. She soaks in the unfamiliar spotlight, with a few of the fans cheering her, looking determined as she waits for the match to begin.

Sharper: “Casey Holliday has been one of the most vocal against Katie Steward and Gigi Steward. She has a chance to shut them up. She’s also rebuilt some momentum with some solid wins against Bree Lancaster and Gigi Steward.”

Jessica: “But this is a bit different. Five individuals. Head on a swivel. This will be a big challenge.”

The lights turn a violent shade of red for the next contest, as strobe lighting goes off. The intro to Within Temptation’s “The Howling” kicks in as the big screen lights up with the name ‘Kayla Marie S. Jones’. Out from behind the curtain steps Kayla Jones, a broad smile upon her face as she stretches out a fist in the air.

Phillips: “The fourth entrant, from Boston, Massachusetts, she is Kayla Jones!”

She slowly begins to make her way down to the ring; arms outstretched as she high fives some of the fans at the barriers. Kayla reaches ringside, making a lap around the ring as she meets and greets some of her fans along the way. She hops up onto the apron, rising her fist in the air once more before flipping over the ropes. She spins on the spot, before dropping to her knees, arms stretched into the air as a blast of pyro emits from each of the four turnbuckles.

Sharper: “Kayla Jones in the midst of a situation where she’s being pulled in two directions. She wants to go on her own, but there are a lot of rumours that her and Angelica will be teaming back together.”

Jessica: “Almost a situation of you don’t know what you have until you don’t have it anymore. Both were set on splitting up. But again, both Kayla and Angelica could walk away with title shots after this weekend.”

“Real Wild Child” explodes over the speaker system and the crowd boos. And right on cue, Gigi strides out from backstage. Gigi turns around to show off her Desire jacket, complete with her logo of the pink and baby blue winged cross. With her award winning smile, she turns her head and looks over shoulder at the fans, while keeping her back to them. The arena seems to pop when Gigi leisurely unzips her jacket revealing her wrestling attire.

Phillips: “And finally, the fifth entrant, on her way to the ring, from Los Angeles, California, she is the Demi-Goddess, Gigi Steward!”

She makes her way to the ring. Gigi intentionally makes sure to keep her jacket in place so the fans can see her name on the hood of her Team Desire jacket. When she arrives at the bottom of the ramp and runs her hand through her hair and makes a display of removing the hood and the hair from her eyes.

She quickly climbs the steel ring steps to stand on the apron. Miss Steward pulls herself through the middle rope in slow motion as her fans boo her on. Gigi steps into the ring, then climbs the ropes in the nearest corner and she raises her arms in the air so the fans get a good look at her. She then drops down, keeping her fists clenched.

Sharper: “Gigi Steward is of the reason for all of this. She has been taunting the Women’s Division. Katie Steward too. The Steward taking great pleasure in what they say is their spearheading the renewed interest in the division.”

Jessica: “Hatred does a lot and the Stewards don’t have many friends, at least amongst the roster.”

The bell sound and Gigi turns and throws some powder into the eyes of Casey Holliday. The crowd ohs and boos. Casey turns around. Kissinger and Bree run at Gigi and quickly both nail her with forearms, knocking her back to the ropes. Kayla quickly shrugs and runs over and takes Casey down with a school boy, even using the ropes for added leverage.

Bree rolls over and Kayla stomps her in the back and then again and again. Bree rolls to the apron. Kayla turns and grabs Kissinger and Kissinger grabs her and spins her into the corner. She chops Kayla. The crowd woos. Stacy chops her again. More woos. She then grabs Kayla and whips her across the ring. Casey starts to get up, rubbing her eyes and Kayla crashes into her. Both fall to the mat, hitting heads. Kissinger goes to run across, but Gigi grabs her by the legs and pulls her down. Kissinger hits hard. Gigi pulls Kissinger down to the floor. She then nails her with a European uppercut and Kissinger falls over. Gigi turns and rolls back into the ring. Kayla gets up as Bree pulls herself into the ring. Jessica: “Gigi right now only one up in the ring. Casey still struggling with her eyesight after Gigi opened with powder in the eyes.”

Sharper: “Gigi obviously looking to make a statement. Beat everyone, especially one woman who has been a pain for the Stewards.”

Jessica: “And Katie Steward and Sienna Swann face each other for the title tomorrow night.”

Gigi then gets up and runs at Bree and Bree lifts her up and hits a back drop, launching her up and over the top rope to the floor.

Sharper: “Bree takes out three of her four opponent. Gigi to the floor!”

Jessica: “Now pick one and go.”

Sharper: “Looks like she’s going for Casey Holliday and Holliday has had Bree’s number in the past.”

Bree turns and grabs Casey and pulls her up. She then knees her in the ribs. She then whips her into the corner. Bree runs after and Casey gets an elbow up. Sharper: “Casey finally getting a chance to show what she can do. She’s barely gotten out of the gate in this one.”

Jessica: “Gigi to blame here. Meanwhile, it’s helped and hindered everyone, the number of people in the ring. It’s just chaos.”

Kayla rolls over and Gigi starts to get up on the apron and Casey gets up and turns and runs over and hit a baseball slide. Gigi falls back. Casey rolls over and gets up as Kissinger rolls over. Bree gets up and Casey hits a dropkick. She falls over and Kayla gets up and Casey kicks her in the ribs and hits a single knee facebuster. The crowd ohs. Casey dives onto Kayla for the pin.

She pulls her back before then just dropping down to her knees, forcing Kayla face first into the mat. She pops up and rolls over. Casey turns around and jumps up for a hurricanrana, but Kissinger stands up before throwing her down with a sitout powerbomb.

Sharper: “Kissinger first caught Kayla. Now caught Casey and the pin!”

Jessica: “Right into the sitout!”

The crowd roars and Bree rolls off. Casey turns and holds her ribs as Bree rolls over to her knees and smiles. The referee raises her arm.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, and new SCW Women’s Championship Number One Contender, Bree Lancaster!”

Sharper: “Bree Lancaster gets the win, laid in wait. Got Casey Holliday and then took advantage of the Rose’s Thorn and pinned Kayla Jones.”

Jessica: “And Bree Lancaster with a big win tonight. Right back in the hunt. Has either Sienna Swann or Katie Steward in the near future, sometime after tomorrow night!”

Casey just looks up and grimaces, holding her ribs. Bree Lancaster just remains standing in the ring and looking around as her music plays. The crowd continues to cheer her

“Stick to Your Guns” starts to play and the Rise to Greatness Pre-Show logo comes up on the screen. We then see a shot of Kennedy Street, Dylan Howell and Maximillian. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Bree Lancaster has something to celebrate, and Kennedy Street has plenty to say. She will join us, next, here on the Rise to Greatness Pre-Show, when we return!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIAL:

“Criticize” by Adelita’s Way starts to play as the live crowd starts to boo. A few moments pass before the curtain opens and we see Maximillian walk out and look around. He has in his hand a Versace bag. Kennedy Street walks out from the back and smiles as she poses on the stage. We then see Dylan Howell walk out from the back, wearing a Minnesota Vikings football helmet. The crowd boos loudly. Dylan looks around, but Kennedy, thinking the boos are for her, just looks out at the crowd and glares at her.

Sharper: “This Milwaukee crowd was not the most pleased to see her to start, but Dylan Howell has come out and made sure of it.”

Jessica: “And Kennedy thinks it’s for her. She’s not the one wearing a Vikings helmet!”

Sharper: “Meanwhile, what the hell is in that bag that Maximillian is carrying?”

Jessica: “It’s got Versace on the side. Can’t hold that against Kennedy. She has style.”

Maximillian turns back and Kennedy nods as the trio heads to the ring. Maximillian gets to the ring, walks up the steel steps and enters the ring before placing the bag down. He then turns and holds the ropes open as Kennedy walks up and very slowly enters the ring. The crowd gives a mixed reaction as Kennedy steps in and walks around the ring. She stops in the middle of the ring, extending her arms up as the crowd boos some more. She looks around some more and smirks before Dylan Howell enters the ring. Maximillian goes to the corner and is handed a microphone. He takes it and walks over to Kennedy. He hands it to Kennedy and as the music fades out, a “We Believe!” chant begins to pick up. Kennedy just looks around and shakes her head, even laughing a bit.

Kennedy: “She is not going to be coming out. She doesn’t care about of you in here. She is off somewhere else, maybe here at Fanfest, but with dreams in her head that tomorrow night, she is going to knock me out with one kick.”

Kennedy laughs as she shakes her head. Dylan laughs too.

Kennedy: “The delusions of that girl need to make her checked for drugs because damn it, it won’t be happening tomorrow night. It won’t be happening. And it won’t even happen to Dylan again. Look at what Dylan has for himself. The finest in head protection with a team that at least doesn’t represent whatever you people think is good…Light beer and bad cheese.”

Kennedy shutters. The crowd boos some more. Dylan just proudly stands in the ring, showing off his headgear.

Kennedy: “But not only am I skilled enough to make sure that Selena Frost is not going to be able to meet her lofty dreams and fall short when it matters most….no, she won’t be adding another accolade to her resume in 2016. She may be the winner of the Shot of Adrenaline Tournament. She may have held the SCW Adrenaline Championship that poor Dylan never got a chance to truly show it was always his. She may have won Best of the Best, but she will NOT be beating the Sexy, Flawless Diva at Rise to Greatness. It simply WILL…NOT….HAPPEN!”

The crowd boos. Kennedy just smiles.

Kennedy: “And if anyone has any doubt, just in case, Selena Frost wants to come out and talk about how she is one kick away…much like I always was and Selena, I’ve tagged you twice…Selena, I realize that sometimes lightning does strike, even for someone as pathetic as you, so I have made sure that even if you SOMEHOW get lucky, I will have an answer. You manage to get off the top and catch me when I’m making sure my flawless manicure remains that way, or ensuring that photographer at ringside has my best angle, I will have this to protect me.”

Kennedy then turns to the corner. Maximillian walks over and grabs the bag before walking back and holding it open for Kennedy. She then reaches inside to pull out a leather wrestling headgear, in all read, with the Versace logo on it.

Kennedy: “I had this specially made, because only the finest of products ever touch me…And with this…even if you hit, I will just brush it off and give you another Touch of Class as you realize that I have a promise to keep to my cousin here and to make sure that you get what you deserve at Rise to Greatness…but at least you’re right about one thing…Dylan and Maximillian will be there watching, as will the entire world!”

“Criticize” starts to play as Kennedy brings the microphone down. She then looks at the headgear and smiles before looking around. The crowd boos some more. Dylan just cheers in the corner as Maximillian stands in the background.

Sharper: “I don’t believe it. Kennedy both making a mockery, while I know she’s dead serious.”

Jessica: “Oh she is. She’s just on her own planet. She’s out there. But that’s what makes her dangerous. She believes everything she says and Selena knows that.”

Sharper: “And while Kennedy can have her headgear, you know that Selena Frost is going to make that a target tomorrow night. You know that she’s going to make that part of her message to the Sexy, Flawless Diva and Dylan Howell when they meet tomorrow night in Miller Park!”

Kennedy Street then turns and starts to walk to the ropes as Maximillian heads over and holds the ropes open for her. She steps through and drops down to the floor. Dylan exits as well as Maximillian follows. They start to head to the back.

Sharper: “Meanwhile, another personal match we will see come to a head tomorrow night will be the three woman, thirty minute Ironwoman match. Amy Chastaine, Regan Street and Syren will battle for thirty minutes. Most falls win and they all hate each other.”

Jessica: “Add their World Title hopes. Add that Amy has beaten Regan, Regan has beaten Syren, Syren has beaten Amy, all in this year. All in high leverage situation…”

Sharper: “Only one wins tomorrow night.”

The Rise to Greatness logo comes up on the screen.

RECAP:

We open up with a shot of the SCW World Championship before showing Regan Street holding the title over her head. This is followed by a shot of Retribution as Amy grabs Regan and scoops her up. She however spins through. She grabs Amy by the head and goes for the CAT-astrophe, but Amy drops down and rolls Regan up. She then rolls through and flips through with the cradle.

Sharper: “We have a new World Champion!”

Knots: “Oh my God!”

Amy rolls off. The referee grabs the World Title.

Phillips: “Here is your winner…and NEW SCW World Champion, Amy Chastaine!”

Regan looks up and Amy rolls to her knees. Demitra heads over and hands Chastaine the World Championship. Chastaine looks at it and just smiles before leaning forward, touching the title with her forehead.

“TWO AND A HALF WEEKS LATER”

We open up on Breakdown to see the main event, Selena Frost, Sienna Swann & Regan Street versus Amy Chastaine, Syren & Dawn Lohan. Syren then backs up and Regan Street runs in and grabs Syren from behind and plants her with the CAT-astrophe. The crowd ohs. Regan then rolls Syren over frantically and hooks the legs.

The crowd roars. Regan rolls off as Syren rolls over, holding her jaw.

Phillips: “Here are you winners, Regan Street, Sienna Swann and Selena Frost!”

Amy just looks at Regan as Regan gets up. She then stands up and tells the official to raise her arm. Amy starts to get up as the referee does just that.

Sharper: “Regan Street just pinned Syren!”

Knots: “You think she’s pissed off. You think she’s driven. She just sent a massive message.”

Sharper: “Syren will face Amy Chastaine or Regan Street in two weeks. But next week, Regan Street will face Amy Chastaine yet again. World Title on the line!”

“THE FOLLOWING WEEK”

We open to the following edition of Breakdown as Regan Street faces Amy Chastaine for the World Title. Amy gets up and jumps to the middle rope behind Regan and Regan turns only for Amy to plant her a second time with the Blackout. Regan rolls to her back. Amy goes for the pin. The crowd looks on and Demitra turns and counts.

The crowd roars and some boo. Syren just looks on. Amy Chastaine starts to get up. Demitra stirs and Amy walks over and grabs the SCW World Championship. She leans in the corner and looks at Syren. She then climbs up to the middle rope and holds it over her head.

Phillips: “Here is your winner and STILL SCW World Champion, Amy Chastaine!”

The crowd cheers with some boos coming through.

Sharper: “Amy Chastaine managing to outlast Regan Street who was willing to do anything. She had Amy down, but Chastaine had the awareness to know Regan was going to take that World Title and drive it into her.”

Knots: “Well last week Regan pinned Syren. Syren now faces Amy Chastaine next week for that title. And imagine if Syren wins.”

“THE FOLLOWING WEEK”

We open up to see Syren and Amy Chastaine in the ring, struggling to get up. Both women fight their way to their feet before Amy turns and Syren kicks her in the ribs and hits the Total Makeover! The crowd erupts in cheers.

Sharper: “Syren got it! Syren got the Total Makeover!”

Knots: “Finally!”

Syren dives on top of Amy and hooks the leg.

The crowd roars.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, and NEW SCW World Champion…Syren!”

The crowd continues to cheer as Syren rolls to her back and just remains down, catching her breath. Both her and Amy Chastaine remain down in the ring as the referee goes to grab the SCW World Championship.

Sharper: “Syren! Finally, managing to connect with the Total Makeover. Nearly forty minutes, these two have been fight.”

Knots: “And Amy couldn’t do anything. Syren hit it and that was it. So much taken from both.”

The image fades away in a puff of smoke.

We then open up to show Amy Chastaine walking down to the ring on Breakdown.

Chastaine: “We’re in a brave new world that I don’t think SCW has any clue of how to deal with as this is simply something never seen before. The number of former champions that could make a claim at a rematch. Well, I’m not in a position to make matches. But I can suggest that maybe we help SCW out a bit. I know I can beat you Syren and Syren, I want another shot at you at Rise to Greatness. I want you on the biggest stage in wrestling. I want-“

We then hear the sound of a Hellcat before Regan Street is shown.

Regan: “I don’t give a damn about whatever BS you want to spew to blow smoke up that bitch’s ass. But let’s make something clear. She is not the best female wrestler in the world today, especially when earlier this year, I pinned her in this ring to get to you just that bit faster. And I didn’t need forty minutes to get BEAT by her. I didn’t need forty minutes to beat her. I wouldn’t even need thirty. See, Amy, it’s because I ACTUALLY will do what needs to be done to win. And that bothers you.”

We then hear the start to “Groupie” by Cassie Steele before we see Syren walk out from the back.

Syren: “Well Regan, good to see that you’re here. Good to see that you’re still as pissed off as ever. Now, before you and I probably leave this ring with officials dragging us out because frankly, just like you don’t like a damn bit of me, I couldn’t be happier when you fall flat on your face, just like you did in your REMATCH against Amy Chastaine, one week before I beat her!”

We then hear the opening to “Empty” as SCW Commissioner, Chad Evans, walks out from the back.

Chad: “At Rise to Greatness, Syren, Amy Chastaine and Regan Street will battle in a triple threat match. We’re going to find out who is the best between the three of you these days and I think I have a hell of a way to do it. Because Regan, you said it, you could beat Syren in under thirty minutes. Well let’s find out. Because at Rise to Greatness, the three of you are going to do battle in a thirty-minute ironwoman match – no flukes, no excuses…One winner! And we’ll see who will totally be jealous!”

The crowd cheers as we see all three watching one another and we see smiles on each of their faces.

Sharper: “My God! Three women, thirty minutes, one winner!”

Knots: “And look at the three of them, they can’t keep their eyes off one another, but they’ve all got smiles.”

The scene cuts to black.

We then see a shot of Regan Street running down to the ring and showing her nailing the referee of the match between Sienna Swann and Amy Chastaine with a forearm.

Sharper: “Regan Street coming out and pulling the official out! Stopping the count against Sienna!”

We then see Amy run over to grab her, but Regan hits a guillotine drop and then a hard knee to the jaw of Amy. Amy falls back before we see Sienna covering Regan. The bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Sienna Swann!”

Sienna looks up as Regan just smiles.

Winters: “…Amy Chastaine. Dazed from those kicks. That vicious assault, Sienna took advantage and the only one who gets what they want is Regan Street! And that may be all that she cares about right now!”

We then cut to show Regan running to the ring later as Syren and Selena Frost are in the ring. We then see Syren dive over the top rope and taking Regan out.

Sharper: “Regan Street coming out just like she did earlier, but this time, Syren cuts her off! Big plancha over the top rope!”

We then see Amy running down to the ring and brawling with Regan. We see them trading blows.

Sharper: “Amy Chastaine down here. Fighting with Regan! She’s getting revenge for earlier tonight!”

We then cut to another night to show Syren and Regan Street trading blows at ringside.

Knots: “She doesn’t care about anything. She cares about reminding everyone she’s in control here!”

We see Amy watching backstage, shaking her head, before showing Syren and Regan in the ring, getting pulled back by officials. We see them continuing to try and get to one another. We then cut to show Syren and Regan Street in the ring with Syren speaking. As we hear her speaking, we see a shot of Syren and Amy Chastaine with a dual crossface and single leg crab hold on Regan Street in the backstage area.

Regan: “Don’t even bother wasting your breath. Just get your fake breasts down here so I can send you in for some emergency plastic surgery tonight.”

Syren: “Regan, I’d love to give you that honour, but it’s not going to happen and frankly, I’m not going to be stupid enough to come down to that ring.”

Regan: “See! Coward! You know damn well what I’ll do to you, especially after that bull[bleep] last week.”

Syren: “You call it that. I say it’s just a reminder of how both Amy and I feel about you. I’m not going to come down to that ring because I’m a coward, but feel free to keep tweeting that out. Keep talking about how you’re better than everything. Keep LYING to yourself because that’s about all you can do beyond throwing tantrums and pushing everyone away. I’m not going to come down to that ring because I don’t need take an unnecessary shot or to, since I bet, with how pissed off you are right now, you’d stab me with Sienna’s heels if you could.”

Regan: “Damn right.”

Syren; “Good, finally honest about something. So that let’s me turn around and be honest to you about something. I hate you. I hate your guts. I hate your family. I hate anything about you. And more importantly, for Rise to Greatness, I hate that you’re in this match. This match should be between Amy and I. You DO NOT DESERVE TO BE HERE.”

The crowd ohs. We see Regan Street down as Syren stands over her at Riding the Lightning, before showing Amy Chastaine celebrating with the World Championship.

Regan: “That’s easy for you to say when the last time you and I were in the ring, for a match, I pinned your shoulders to the mat.”

Syren: “Great. Keep holding onto that ONE win. Let me just counter with something more important. Amy Chastaine beat you with the World Title on the line THREE STRAIGHT TIMES. I beat her in forty minutes for that title. With that title on the line, you’ve never be able to come close to beating either one of us!”

We then see a shot of Syren and Regan face to face before we cut to show Amy Chastaine on the stage.

Amy: “Syren is right that you’re just a ball of rage and frankly, we’ll play that just to get you out of our way. I’m going to do one more thing. Since I’m stuck with you being in my way again, I will make sure I make you tap at Rise to Greatness. That way I can take away one more lie you tell yourself. And Syren…last week, we were on the same page for that one night. And trust me, it was worth it just to watch Regan throw another tantrum.”

We see a shot of Amy Chastaine locking in the Tourniquet on Regan Street as we see a close up shot of her seemingly tapping, while others would say she was jockeying for position. We then cut back to the shot of the arena with Syren and Regan Street in the ring with Amy Chastaine on the stage.

Amy: “But Syren…I will beat you at Rise to Greatness. If you want to keep with your soap opera hate with Regan, leave me out of it. You want to wrestle, I’ll see you there.”

Winters: “Jesus. These three hate each other…well, Regan and Syren, Regan and Amy. Amy and Syren, more a competitive thing there, but still, you can just feel it.”

Sharper: “And for thirty minutes, they will battle at the same time. Most falls win. They can talk about who deserves to be there or not, this match may very well prove it and remember, smart money says the winner has a World Title shot.”

We then see a shot of Chastaine smiling confidently, Syren yelling at Regan and Regan trying to get past officials before we cut to a three way shot of Amy Chastaine pinning Regan, Regan pinning Syren and Syren pinning Amy Chastaine as the scene fades to black.

Donovan Kayl vs. Alexis Quinne

The eyes all focus on the entrance way as “A Stranger I Remain” hits over the P.A System. The crowd starts to buzz and boo as Grundy and Dante McCaffery walk out from the back, with Grundy holding the PUNK HAZARD flag in his hands. Soon, El Rudo walks out, sporting a special Kylo Ren version of his mask matched with the all black PUNK HAZARD hoodie and black baby pants. Finally, Alexis Quinne walks out and the crowd gasp at her appearance. She's currently dressed as Domino from Marvel Comcis; from the all white facepaint with a black spot around the left eye to the all black combat outfit with two fake guns in her holsters and a bulletproof vest. Quinne pulls out her fake guns and points them straight ahead before putting them back into the holsters. The San Francisco native looks at the crowd before walking down to the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one-fall for TV time remaining and is your main event of the evening. First, on her way to the ring, accompanied by Grundy, El Rudo & Dante McCaffery, PUNK HAZARD, she is the leader of their unit, from San Francisco, California, Alexis Quinne!”

Alexis walks down to the ring with a powerful stride as Rudo, Dante and Grundy follow. Rudo flashes the PUNK AZARD logo on his hoodie while Dante starts to walk slower than the rest, "shooing" off the fans. Grundy holds the PUNK HAZARD flag in his hands and shoves the camera a few feet back. once Alexis gets to ringside, she chooses to walk up the steel steps. She then turns around, receiving boos from the fans, to which she shakes her head before entering the ring. Quinne then reaches for her fake guns and points with them in the middle of the ring. Once she's done, she then grabs the flag from Grundy on the outside and ascends the top turnbuckle. The crowd boos as she then mouths off to them before handing the flag back to Grundy. She finally settles to the corner, where both El Rudo and Dante are standing on the apron. Quinne starts to strip off her costume, before revealing an all black PUNK HAZARD beater with all black jeans shorts. She hands her costume to an assistant on the outside. Alexis then exchanges a fist bump with Rudo as Rudo and Dante start talking to Alexis, Grundy remaining on the outside.

Sharper: “PUNK HAZARD, as expected, out her en masse. Tonight, a big night for Alexis Quinne professional. In a couple of weeks, August 13, the World Hazard Festival, SCW supporting it, a big moment for PUNK HAZARD personally and professionally.”

Jessica: “I hate to say it, but you may have undersold this for Quinne. This is a huge personal match for Quinne. Quinne blames the fact that she didn’t win the US Championship on Kayl. Kayl sees this as personal too.”

Sharper: “That is true. But again, a win over someone like Kayl at a weekend like this. It’s another win that just adds to your credibility. To your ability to say you are a top star in this sport.”

"Epic" by Faith No More starts to play as the spotlight focuses on the top of the ramp. Immediately, the crowd rise to their feet in a mixed ovation. Stepping out from the back is "The Cornerstone" Donovan Kayl. He steps to the side, facing out to the crowd. Rocky O’Reilly walks out with him.

Phillips: “And her opponent, accompanied by Rocky O’Reilly, hailing from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, he is the Cornerstone of Professional Wrestling, Donovan Kayl!”

After turning his head to survey the entire crowd, Kayl turns to face the ring, beginning to walk out towards it, O’Reilly following. Kayl keeps his eyes focused on the ring ahead, and with a stoic gaze in his eyes, slaps the hands of a few fans at ringside.

Once he gets to the ring, Donovan pulls himself up onto the apron, walking over to the corner. He climbs up onto the second rope. Quinne then runs over to him and Kayl jumps up and over her. The bell sounds as the crowd roars.

Sharper: “And here we go. O’Reilly with PUNK HAZARD. I’m curious of his condition after being attacked on Breakdown. But Quinne and Kayl going at it.”

Jessica: “Quinne went for him. Kayl dodged and he’s teeing off!”

Kayl turns and forearms Quinne and then chops her before chopping her again and hitting an overhead chop to the throat of Quinne. Quinne falls back, coughing. Kayl grabs Quinne and whips her across the ring. Quinne bounces out of the corner and Kayl lifts her up and launches her overhead with a big back body drop. The crowd ohs. Quinne rolls over, stomping the mat and Kayl nails her with a clothesline. She goes to get up and drops back and rolls to the floor. She immediately is swarmed by PUNK HAZARD who guard her. Kayl just stands in the ring, locking eyes. He then looks around as the crowd roars. Grundy just folds his arms in front of Quinne.

Sharper: “Quinne quickly going to the floor and look at PUNK HAZARD. Setting up almost a bunker on the floor.”

Jessica: “Kayl looks to be thinking about it, but Grundy quickly preventing that, just standing in front of Quinne. The referee telling her to get back in.”

Quinne then looks around as Kayl backs up. Quinne then turns and points to Rocky O’Reilly. They start to walk around the ring. Kayl turns and drops down to the floor. He stands with O’Reilly as the crowd roars. Kayl and O’Reilly get their hands up and the referee then turns and drops down to the floor. He points to O’Reilly, Grundy, El Rudo and Dante and then points to the back. The crowd roars. Quinne looks around stunned as Kayl turns to O’Reilly and nods. Kayl turns to the referee tells him to get them out and O’Reilly will follow after. Dante just turns and glances back before starting to head to the back. Rudo and Grundy look less pleased as they slowly start to head off before turning back and arguing some more.

Sharper: “PUNK HAZARD and O’Reilly already thrown out by the official!”

Jessica: “And it’s the right call.”

Sharper: “Damn right it is with the fights these two sides have had.”

Grundy and El Rudo then start to head off. They do as officials come down from the back to help out. O’Reilly then turns and starts to head off as well. Quinne snaps at the official and Kayl then grabs her and cuffs her with a forearm. The crowd ohs and some of the crowd boo as Kayl turns and spin Quinne into the ring. He slides in after. Quinne gets up and Kayl jumps up and hits a dropkick. He goes for the pin.

Sharper: “Quinne with a turn around there. Guillotine drop. Using the ropes to her advantage.”

Jessica: “Now just what is she thinking here…”

Sharper: “Springboarding to the top!”

Kayl looks up as Quinne springboards up and dives forward and takes Kayl down with a Lou Thesz Press. She then nails Kayl with a series of hard right hands to the face. The crowd boos with each shot. She gets up and runs into the ropes. Kayl turns and grabs at the ropes and Quinne bounces off and hits a basement dropkick to the shoulder. Kayl winces. Quinne pops up and Kayl slowly gets up. Quinne runs into the ropes, bounces off and jumps up and hits the Sling Blade.

Sharper: “Quinne jumping up and just driving Kayl down to the mat with the Sling Blade.”

Kayl leans back as Quinne tries to get free. She keeps pushing up and trying to move around. Kayl keeps on and Quinne slowly crawls through.

Sharper: “Kayl with the Liontamer. Big counter!”

Jessica: “And look at that arch. He’s going to snap her in two!”

Quinne struggles more and Kayl drags her back, but as he does, she pushes off the canvas and lands on her back. She nails Kayl in the head with a shot and then again before kicking him in the jaw. He stumbles back. Kayl stops at the ropes. Quinne gets up and runs at Kayl. She jumps up and grabs his head, but Kayl blocks it and then lifts her up and throws her forward into a sitout facebuster. Grundy hops onto the apron and enters into the ring. Quinne just slowly rolls over and looks around, completely dejected. Kayl backs away and walks around the ring. He then goes to the entrance way.

Sharper: “Donovan Kayl took advantage and the Point Blank puts down Quinne.”

Jessica: “We said it was a big win for Quinne if she got it, but just as big for Kayl. A rough 2016 and he gets it done tonight.”

Sharper: “PUNK HAZARD coming out and obviously, not happy. But look at Quinne. She is coming to terms with this. She looks completely dejected. Completely disappointed.”

Jessica: “And counter that with Kayl. He looks happier than we’ve seen in weeks.”

Kayl backs up the entrance way. O’Reilly jogs out and wraps his arms around him and raises his arm. Kayl looks down at the ring as Grundy looks at him. Quinne just continues to look out, rubbing her hand across her face before starting to get up. Kayl continues to the back.

Sharper: “Meanwhile, the emotions we see from Kayl and Quinne, we may see again tomorrow. Two individuals, career underachievers, Ace has shed that for the most part, James Evans could join him.”

Jessica: “James Evans, won the 2016 Taking Hold of the Flame in stunning fashion. Ace Marshall won the World Title at the same event. They meet in the main event of Rise to Greatness tomorrow night.”

Sharper: “Thank you for joining us tonight. Let’s looks at how we got to our main event tomorrow night as we sign off for the evening. Good night everyone!”

The Rise to Greatness logo comes up on the screen.

RECAP:

We open up with silence and a shot of James Evans seated backstage in his locker room, just looking down at the ground. He just continues to look down as the scene slowly goes out of focus.

Sharper: “There you see James Evans, a young man who has been very vocal about wanting to reach the top tier in the SCW. He has stated he has been held back.”

Winters: “I’ve been in the ring with James and the kid brings a lot to the table, but he seems to get in his own way.”

This is followed by a shot of Ace Marshall walking into the building with Cassidy Carter. The SCW World Championship sits over Ace’s shoulder. He then turns and walks down another hallway as the scene fades out of focus.

Sharper: “Ace Marshall, to some, one of the best to never win it all.”

Knots: “They’re bother underachievers. That’s their record!”

We then cut to a shot of the inside of Air Canada Centre. We then see a shot of Ace Marshall standing in the middle of the ring, holding the SCW World Championship. The crowd cheers as Ace holds the title over his head.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, and NEW SCW World Champion, Ace Marshall!”

Sharper: “Ace Marshall has defeated Rachel Foxx and ended her improbable reign with one his own!”

We then cut forward to show James Evans walking into the Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal. The sound cuts out again before we lose focus of the image. We then cut to see a shot of James Evans standing in the ring, just looking around.

Phillips: “Here is the 2016 Taking Hold of the Flame winner, James Evans!”

Sharper: “James Evans, coming in at number three. Chad Evans told him if he wanted to prove himself, he would start there. Now eighty minute later, he is going to Rise to Greatness!”

Winters: “Well done. I am in awe. James Evans finally reached his potential. Finally got it done.”

We hear the crowd cheering before we cut away and go to darkness and silence. We then hear the voice of James Evans.

James: “I have waited for this for years. You are not going to make this a joke. I will be champion and it will be by beating a champion….Got it!”

We then see a shot of James Evans before showing him nailing Cassidy with a hard right backstage, this leads to Ace Marshall tackling him down. We cut to another shot of James Evans taking Evans down before locking in the Twinge. Ace struggles as James keeps pulling back. We hear violin strings play in the background before we cut away to another unfocused image.

We then hear sounds of a heartbeat. This is followed by a shot of James Evans standing at ringside watching Ace Marshall in the ring, wrestling. We then see him hitting the Big Fat Kill on Ace Marshall onto David Miller. This is followed by a shot of James Evans smirking while watching Ace Marshall backstage. We then start to hear “Here I Am” by Asking Alexandria in the background. As the music gets louder, we cut to a shot of Ace Marshall walking to the ring wearing a suit of armor. This is followed by showing him playfully interact with Cassidy Carter in the middle of the ring.

Here I am
This is all of me
I'm not hiding
I'm standing tall for all to see
Here I am
There is nothing bigger
Nothing brighter than a future I see

We then see Cassidy Carter handing Ace Marshall a steel chair. He then nails James Evans in the back with the chair, knocking him down.

Ace: “Serious enough for you!”

We see Ace nailing James a couple more times.

Sharper; “Ace Marshall, as serious as a heart attack, is hammering away on James Evans!”

This is followed by shots of Ace Marshall rolling away from Derek Adonis, months ago, waving his nose. This is followed then by a shot of him wearing Kennedy Street’s underwear and showing a shot of him and Kennedy Street making out, before showing him ducking a kick from Kennedy Street.

So take this chance
Don't back down
Take a stand
And never let them bring you down, so
Take this chance
Don't back down
And never let them bring you down

We then cut to see the two of them seated across from one another. Adam Sharper seated between them. We then hear their works as the song winds up.

Ace: “I’m enjoying what I’m doing. I’m on the top of the world. I’m holding the greatest title in the history of this sport. I beat Rachel Foxx, someone I respect to get it. I also did it and managed to shove it in the face of Kennedy, which was a nice icing on the cake, but I get it, dude. I get it. You’ve worked your ass off for this. And so have I. Remember the days when you and I were seen as laughing stocks, the guys who everyone thought could be the top guys, but never could quite get there. I was Shawn Winters’ sidekick and you just threw tantrums. You and Miller are tied for most times screwing up.”

James: “See and another joke.”

Ace: “No…that one was dead on serious.”

James: “You always have something to say though. So say something funny….make the people laugh. I don’t care about them. I care about the extra dollars on my paycheque. I care about being the focal point. I care about being the Evans people care about in this company and this sport.”

We see a shot of both of them again.

Take this chance
Don't back down
Take a stand
And never let them bring you down

Ace: “You want a joke…the sport was better off Evans free, because while I’ll make jokes, I’ve had to deal with a crazy preacher, a bat crap crazy ex-girlfriend and people like you who want to knock me down. I don’t know if you can hack it.”

We then see James grabbing Ace by the throat. Security comes into view.

James: “I’m not going to give you the excuse of me taking you out tonight. I’ll save that for Rise to Greatness where we’ll watch you choke when I choke you out.”

James pulls back and Ace touches his neck and looks at him.

Ace: “Unless I drop you with my knee first…”

James throws the table out of the way. The security guards now step between the two. Ace and James just continue to look at one another as the camera fades out showing the two of them locking eyes.
