A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.

“Live in the Moment” by Portugal, The Man starts to play as we open up with a shot of pyro from last year’s Rise to Greatness and then show Regan Street and Selena Frost brawling in the ring. This is followed by a shot of Jason Helms walking to the ring with the US Championship over his shoulder. Giovanni Aries sitting crosslegged on the entrance way follows. Kennedy Street hitting the Touch of Class on Bree Lancaster is the next scene before we see Syren nailing Sienna Swann from behind.

This is followed by a shot of Donovan Kayl standing in the ring before showing Max Kane diving off the top rope onto Har Megiddo. Ace Marshall and Cassidy Carter standing across from James Evans and Katelyn Buehler continue the intro.

Marie Jones nailing Dante McCaffery with the Ave Maria plays before we see Mr. D on the big screen as Ravyn Taylor and CHBK are in the Toronto studios. Following that shot, Beard and Ikiro Yoshida having their karaoke battle, JosH Hudson attacking Christy Matthews and Alexis Quinne knocking AJ Helms off the top rope play as the SCW Rise to Greatness Pre-Show logo comes up on the screen.

The scene opens up with a shot of the inside of the Coca-Cola Coliseum in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We see several fans walking through the concourse as we see a wide shot, before seeing some fans lining up at some booths before showing a few fans at one of the merchandising tables and then cutting to show the SCW logo by the entrance way to the ring section of the arena with some fans seated around at floor level and standing room all around that.

Sharper: “Welcome to the site of SCW’s Fanfest here at Rise to Greatness XV weekend in Toronto. Welcome to the SCW pre-show. Adam Sharper here and I’m with Shawn Winters and Shawn, been a while since you’ve sat next to me.”

Winters: “I think I remember enough about this. So I’m supposed to talk about how great I am.”

Sharper: “Not quite.”

Winters: “Close enough. In any case, we’re going to see two titles on the line. EMERGE represented with the RUSH Championship on the line. Gavin Taylor and Drake Hemingway going at it for that.”

Sharper: “Along with the TV Championship on the line in mere moments. Katie Steward will also be in action, teaming with Gigi Steward, against Toronto’s own Sam Raine and Crissy Gardner. We’ll also see Beard face Casterillo and much more as we set the tone, with the start of the broadcasted festivities for this weekend.”

Winters: “The big show may be tomorrow evening, but everyone wants a win this week. Everyone wants it when there are more people watching us than any other time.”

Sharper: “And time to kick things off with the SCW TV Championship on the line!”

We cut to the ring to see Jason Phillips in the ring.

Phillips: “The opening contest tonight is scheduled for onefall, has a twenty minute time limit and is for the SCW Television Championship!”

The SCW Television Championship logo comes across the screen before fading to the bottom corner.

Sophie O’Brian vs. Aaron Blackbourne vs. Autumn Valentine

SCW Television Championship

All of a sudden, the lights go out, prompting a surprised pop from the fans. They soon begin muttering in confusion, however, when nothing else seems to happen for a few moments. Then, finally, a spotlight suddenly comes on to reveal a man standing at the bottom of the ramp in attire that resembles a carnival barker, although his face is noticeably covered by a slightly rusted metal masquerade-style mask. With a mic in hand, the man proceeds to do his job, his movements matching his enthusiasm.

Barker: "Step right up folks, and witness this once in a lifetime extravaganza! Etch this moment into your minds, set your DVRs if you're watching at home and prepare to remember this night for the rest of your lives! Tonight, we invite you into the mind of a man whose imagination knows no bounds, to bear witness to the efforts of a true visionary to invite you into his world for everything you could ever ask for. Action! Entertainment! Glory! Tonight you can have it all courtesy of the man you all know as Aaron Blackbourne, for tonight... he presents himself to you as the Revolutionary Ringmaster of the Carnival of Rust, Ferrugo!"

At this, the haunting melody of "The Midnight Circus" by Audiomachine comes to life, and the carnival barker motions back to the stage as a second spotlight comes on, and standing on a raised circular platform beneath it is none other than Aaron Blackbourne himself. Tonight, however, he's decked out in a rust-stained steampunk ringmaster coat that's had the right arm hacked off at the upper bicep, black slacks with the left leg ripped off mid-thigh as frayed strands hang from the end, black boots with kickpads bearing the design of rusted gears and machinery and a black steampunk top hat to complete the look. His exposed right arm and left leg as well as the left half of his face have also been painted to look like mechanical replacements of those parts that are starting to show signs of rust in some areas.

Sharper: “And we open tonight with Aaron Blackbourne’s demon appearing for this title opportunity!”

Winters: “Wonder if he’s in any way inspired by Shilo Valiant who is going into the Hall of Fame later tonight!”

Blackbourne stands still as a statue for a few moments before hopping off his platform, and as the music starts to slowly pick up he begins making his way down the ramp, a calm smile on his face as the spotlight follows him. Once he's about halfway down the ramp and the song introduces a choir, he throws his 'mechanical' arm into the air, and all the lights suddenly come back on, revealing that the stage is now packed with several small carnival attractions, each being run by their appropriate carnie personnel who are all also painted up in similar fashions as Aaron. The fans are in awe at this sight as Aaron continues to make his way down to the ring, passing the barker who goes to take his place with his fellow carnies. As he reaches ringside he quickly slides into the ring before using the momentum to flip into a kip-up to get back to his feet. As the fans cheer for him, Blackbourne makes his way over to stand on the second and bottom rope as he extends his arms before removing his top hat and tossing it into the crowd for a lucky fan. He steps down and slowly backs into the center before taking a bow as the song comes to a close. As the carnies on stage all take a bow as well before the 'Carnival of Rust' begins to pack up, Aaron removes the coat and tosses it into his corner, revealing that he's foregone his usual arm sleeves and knee pads tonight.

Sharper: “And no padding on those knees. He’s coming to try and make his offense that much more effective. The Unchained Creativity.”

Winters: “Going to need to be on tonight. Sophie O’Brian is not a happy woman and Autumn Valentine looks as good as ever!”

Sharper: “No doubt Aaron will be remembering that Pink Whisper from Breakdown. A casualty of him helping Autumn out with Sophie O’Brian.”

“Hands of the Wicked” begins to play. The lights in the arena fade. A single spotlight shines upon the stage as the tron comes to life and shows images of bloody warfare from all throughout history. The words “Total War” appear on the tron as green pyro begins to go off. Sophie O’Brian then steps out onto the stage side by side with her brother Mark. Sophie’s arms slowly rise up so that they are extended outwards from her sides in a crucifix like pose.

Phillips: “Next, the second challenger, accompanied by Mark O’Brian, from Belfast, Northern Ireland, she is Sophie O’Brian!”

She soaks up the response from the crowd. Finally Sophie and Mark begin to make their way towards the ring. Sophie is to the ring area and then climbs up onto the ring apron and then steps into the ring. Mark follows suit. Sophie holds her arms outstretched in another crucifix like pose. She then steps back and looks at Aaron Blackbourne and smirks a bit.

Sharper: “Sophie O’Brian would love to get her TV Title back. But she’s also not too impressed with Aaron Blackbourne.”

Winters: “Is that a way to get into his head or is she taking him lightly?”

The lights dim slightly and the spotlights point down at the stage as the fans quieten in expectation. A woman whispering can be heard across the PA system.

“Don’t bless me father, for I have sinned...”

“Miss Nothing” by The Pretty Reckless begins playing across the PA system as the fans boo. After a few seconds Autumn Valentine walks out onto the stage with a smile on her face, standing in the middle of the spotlights for a moment before spinning around and holding out her arms downward, revealing the words “DARK FANTASY” on the back of her ring jacket.

Phillips: “On her way to the ring, accompanied by Ryan Watson, from Memphis, Tennessee, she is the reigning and defending SCW Television Champion, Autumn Valentine!”

Autumn spins back around. She stands for a moment before looking back over her shoulder. The fans make more reaction as she’s joined on the stage by Ryan Watson. Watson holds her hand as the two of them head to the ring. Once at ringside Autumn jumps up on the ring entrance as Ryan pulls himself up using the bottom rope. He then stands and holds down the middle rope for her to enter. Autumn now ascends the ropes in the corner, holding the SCW Television Championship, standing on the middle rope once again soaking in their reaction. She flips back out of the corner, spinning around and landing on her feet. She then removes her jacket, handing it to Ryan who remains on the apron. Ryan jumps down, holding onto her jacket as Autumn walks to the corner. She hands off the title and the referee holds it and holds it over his head. He hands it off.

Sharper: “Here we are. TV Title about to be defended her in Rise to Greatness weekend. Fans all over. Standing room only after our brief floor seating and you can see fans lining up.”

Winters: “Monitors behind that. Nice little set up we have here as fans keep enjoying FanFest. Unfortunately security wouldn’t let me sign that one blonde’s breasts. She asked!”

Sharper: “There are kids around.”

Winters: “Well I heard they’re repealing sex ed around here, so I’m just doing the province a service!”

The bell sounds. Aaron watches both before Sophie O’Brian turns to Autumn. The two look at one another before Autumn and Sophie turn and run over to Aaron. The crowd boos as both immediately start to kick away at Aaron. Aaron tries to grab at Sophie, trying to pull her in, but Sophie grabs the ropes and kicks him in the ribs as Autumn does the same. The crowd boos as Aaron drops down to the seated position. Sophie and Autumn get a few shots in before Autumn backs up and Sophie stomps Aaron in the ribs and then again and again, causing him to roll over to the apron and to the floor.

Sharper: “Stunningly, Autumn and Sophie are working together!”

Winters: “Well, they both hate Aaron. There is that!”

Sharper: “I’m sure they don’t care for Sophie either. Autumn and Aaron that is. So I don’t get this. Maybe its so Sophie and Autumn can focus on each other-“

Winters: “Looks like that!”

Sophie then turns around and goes for a hard right, but Autumn blocks it and nails her with a forearm. The crowd roars. Autumn nails Sophie again and then whips her into the ropes. She bounces off and Autumn goes for a clothesline. Sophie ducks. She spins around and grabs Autumn and pushes her into the ropes. Autumn tries to grab it, but Sophie pulls her back with an Okana roll.

Autumn kicks out. Both get up and Sophie goes for a forearm shot and drills Autumn. She grabs Autumn and runs her across the ring and into the corner, but Autumn blocks it and elbows Sophie in the ribs before driving her face first into the mat. Autumn then spins her and forearms her in the jaw and then again. Autumn then grabs Sophie and snapmares her out, but Aaron slides in. Autumn turns and runs at him, but Aaron ducks and spins around Autumn. Autumn turns and Aaron lifts her up and just throws her throat first into the top rope. Autumn staggers back and Aaron runs up to her and jumps up, pulling her down with a neckbreaker. She goes for the pin.

Sophie breaks it up and rolls through. Aaron starts to get up and Sophie gets up. Aaron gets to his feet and Sophie runs over and kicks him in the ribs.

Sharper: “Nearfall as Aaron Blackbourne looked to make Autumn pay for the opening to this match, but Sophie now in control.”

Winters: “After those kicks earlier, I bet his ribs are nice and tender.”

Sophie follows up and elbows him in the jaw, knocking him back to the corner. Sophie then grabs his arm and wraps it around the top rope and pulls on it. Aaron yells out as Sophie keeps pulling.

Sophie just keeps pulling and looks at the official before Aaron nails her with a forearm. Sophie staggers back and Aaron shakes out his arm. He steps forward and Sophie rakes his eyes. She turns and runs into the ropes. She bounces off and Aaron suddenly spins and hits a discus elbow. The crowd ohs. Aaron turns and just then, Autumn jumps up and dropkicks him down. She goes for the pin on Sophie.

Aaron kicks out. Autumn gets up and stomps him in the face and then again. Aaron rolls over as Autumn turns and grabs Sophie. She forearms her in the jaw. She then whips her across the ring. Sophie bounces off and Autumn jumps up and hits a spinning heel kick. The crowd ohs and Autumn starts to get up.

Sharper: “Autumn drills Sophie in the jaw with that spinning heel kick.”

Winters: “Pick one and wear them down. Hell, just knock them out if you’re going throw kicks like that.”

Autumn then grabs Sophie and drags her up before hooking her up and hitting a snap suplex. She turns and Aaron starts to get up. Autumn forearms him in the jaw. Autumn then grabs Aaron, but Aaron pushes her back. She stops herself and Aaron runs at her and spins through and sends her into the ropes. Autumn jumps up and floats over to the apron. Aaron runs after and Autumn gets a forearm up. Aaron staggers back and Autumn springboards to the top rope, but Aaron kicks her legs and she lands hard on the top rope. The crowd ohs and Aaron grabs her in a gutwrench and glances back before spinning around and just gutwrench suplexing her into Sophie. Sophie rolls over and Aaron goes for the pin.

Autumn kicks out. Sophie turns and starts to get up. She turns and Aaron kicks her in the ribs and knees her in the ribs. He hoists her up for a gutwrench into a powerbomb, but Sophie lands on his shoulders and flips through into a sunset flip.

Aaron kicks out. Both get up and Sophie takes him down with a drop toe hold before moving right into the Wisdom! The crowd roars and boos.

Sharper: “Sophie O’Brian locking in the Wisdom and with Autumn down this could be big.”

Winters: “Not just big, but hoping that she can get it locked in fully before Autumn can break it up and Aaron Blackbourne taps!”

Sophie pulls back as Aaron yells out. He reaches out for the ropes, trying to see if he can move. He tries to move himself a bit, but struggles as Sophie keeps pulling up. Aaron winces as he yells out and Autumn jumps up and hits a double stomp to Sophie. The crowd ohs as Sophie lets go and rolls over, holding her chest. Autumn falls to the ropes. Aaron rolls over to his back and Sophie rolls to her hands and knees and Autumn jumps off her back and hits another double stomp, this time to Aaron. The crowd ohs and Autumn turns and hooks the leg.

Aaron shoots his shoulder up. Autumn rolls off. She turns and the crowd cheers a bit. Autumn starts to get up and grabs Sophie and pulls her up. She turns and whips her into the ropes. Sophie bounces off and Autumn catches her and lifts her up onto her back. She promptly hits a piggyback stunner. The crowd ohs and she goes for the pin on Sophie.

Sophie pushes her off. Autumn rolls over and Aaron jumps up with a step-up enziguri, knocking Autumn down. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Autumn walked right into that. Aaron just nailing her with the enziguri.”

Winters: “Stopping her in her tracks.”

Autumn rolls over and Aaron walks over and grabs her. He then spins around and grabs her in a full nelson before suplexing her back with a dragon suplex into a bridge.

Sophie kicks him hard in the back. The crowd ohs. Aaron lets go and rolls over. Sophie kicks him again in the back. He rolls over and stirs and Sophie grabs him and pulls him up to his feet before then snapping him back with a Russian leg sweep. She rolls through into a pin.

Aaron pushes her off. Sophie looks up and turns and sees Autumn starting to get up and Sophie walks over and smiles before looking at her only to jump up and hit the Death of Wisdom. The crowd ohs and Autumn rolls to her back. Sophie goes for the pin.

Aaron breaks it up. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Nearfall and Aaron Blackbourne breaks it up and keeps this match going.”

Winters: “Autumn still half out of it from the suplex. Then gets two knees to her face. Not how you want this going, but Sophie nearly walked out champion.”

Aaron starts to get up and Sophie turns and lunges at him, but Aaron lifts her up and hits a Samoan drop. The crowd roars. Aaron turns and Sophie rolls over. Aaron walks over to her and nails her with a hard forearm and then a spinning back fist before a pump knee to the chest. Sophie falls to the ropes. Aaron grabs her and whips her across. Sophie bounces off and Aaron lifts her up onto his shoulders. Aaron starts to move to throw her up and the crowd cheers, but Sophie elbows her way out of it and spins down into a DDT. She turns and rolls him over and hooks the leg.

Autumn breaks it up. Sophie rolls off. She then looks at Autumn as Autumn starts to pull herself up and Sophie runs to her and nails her with a forearm shot and then another before getting her to the corner. She then whips Autumn across. Sophie runs after and Autumn jumps up and floats over Sophie. Sophie stops at the corner and turns around and Autumn hooks her head on the top rope and lifts her up onto the top rope before spinning her off with a rope-hung neckbreaker. The crowd ohs.

Winters: “Just folded her up. Just cover her. Sophie’s done!”

Sharper: “Autumn with a unique neckbreaker.”

Winters: “Taking the creativity from Aaron and using it for herself there.”

Autumn turns and goes for the pin.

Sophie gets her foot on the rope. The crowd ohs. The referee points to it. Autumn looks at the referee as Watson paces at ringside before Aaron suddenly spins Autumn around and hoists her up and hits the Pull the Trigger. The crowd ohs and Autumn falls over. Aaron turns and goes to her as Sophie starts to get up. Mark starts to walk around the ring as Ryan turns and watches him. Mark backs up and grits his teeth as Ryan smirks at him. Aaron turns and Sophie runs at him and goes for a running boot. Aaron spins out of the way and runs into the ropes and bounces off and jumps up and hits the Unchained Creativity. The crowd ohs. Autumn winces as Aaron goes for the pin, on Sophie.

Sharper: “Aaron Blackbourne with Unchained Creativity!”

Winters: “Got all of it! Sophie O’Brian just dropped like a bag of rocks. No Sun Tzu will help you there!”

Sharper: “The cover!”

Mark turns to slide in, but Ryan lunges to enter as Aaron goes for the pin. Ryan and Mark fight with each other as they try to get up, forcing each other down and tangling up.

The crowd roars as Aaron rolls off of Sophie. Autumn dives, but too late and rolls over. The crowd cheers as Aaron turns to the ropes. The referee is handed the SCW Television Championship and turns and Aaron starts to get up and the official hands it to him.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, and new SCW Television Champion, Aaron Blackbourne!”

The crowd roars as Aaron holds the title up. Autumn looks at him as Ryan kicks away at Mark O’Brian. Mark rolls out of the ring as Sophie remains down.

Sharper: “Aaron Blackbourne! After months of trying to figure things out, it all comes together and he takes down Sophie and takes down Autumn and wins the SCW Television Championship at Rise to Greatness weekend!”

Winters: “He saw a moment and pounced. Autumn Valentine was distracted by her failed pinfall attempt, Blackbourne hoisted her up and took her down with the Pull the Trigger. But he waited. He knew Sophie would be getting up and he waited and made sure! Got it all and is now a champion!”

Sharper: “Autumn Valentine’s hot hand has been cooled tonight and Blackbourne kicks us off here at the SCW Pre-Show with a hell of a moment and a new champion crowned!”

Blackbourne continues to celebrate as his music plays throughout the arena. He holds it over his head and looks around and smiles before dropping down to the floor. He looks at the title and continues to smile as he heads to the back.

COMMERCIALS

The scene opens up with a wide shot of the inside of the Coca-Cola Coliseum and we then see the Rise to Greatness logo come up on the screen before we see an outline of the schedule of events. “Live in the Moment” plays in the background.

Sharper: “Welcome back to Toronto. This is just the start. First, the Rise to Greatness Pre-Show, you’re enjoying that right now. It’s great to have you. But much more to come. After this, the SCW Hall of Fame will induct its Class of 2018.”

Winters: “Kelcey Wallace, Shilo Valiant, Jake Starr and Devon Kayl getting their names permanently placed in the upper echelon. I’ll even teach them the secret handshake.”

Sharper: “Secret handshake.”

Winters: “I’ll make it up on the spot.”

Sharper: “And then of course, tomorrow night, Rise to Greatness, live from Rogers Centre. Kennedy Street defends the World Title against Giovanni Aries. Regan Street and Selena Frost will face off for the final time ever. Syren, Sienna Swann, Donovan Kayl and Thirteen compete for a World Title opportunity and Bree Lancaster and Jason Helms will face off for the US Title and that’s just the start.”

Winters: “Huge night tomorrow night and this is just the start to whet the appetite.”

Konrad Raab vs. Kordellia Amida

“Cold as Ice” by M.O.P plays over the sound system as Konrad comes out through the curtain. He looks around the arena as the crowd cheers him.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a fifteen minute time limit. First, on his way to the ring, from Cologne, Germany, he is The Iceman, Konrad Raab!”

He heads to the ring and then high fives the fans on his way to the ring. He goes up the stairs before going in-between the ropes and does a holdup on each turnbuckle. The crowd cheers as he looks around and gets the crowd going.

Sharper: “Raab ready for this contest started when Kordellia Amida returned after appearing at the Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal and then assaulted Raab, going after his throat with the Shisha no uta.”

Winters: “And despite Kordellia being tiny, she puts everything behind that and Raab’s been looking good as of late, but we’ll see what he can do tonight.”

Lights go out and unravel hits a single dim spot light moves to the entrance and shines down on Kordellia Amida. She wears a long black veil that almost completely covers her. She slowly walks to the ring ignoring the fans.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Parts Unknown, she is Kordellia Amida!”

She calmly walks up the ring stairs and then steps under the middle rope. She then slowly pulls the veil off her to reveal her face, her eyes rolling back in her head as they seem like dead and pupiless. She then looks forward at Raab.

Sharper: “She’s not the same woman she was when we last saw her.”

Winters: “She’s just gone through anyone in front of her. Even at Taking Hold of the Flame. She took a beating. Kept going. And that’s a nightmare. You never know if anything is working.”

The bell sounds and Kordellia Amida just looks at Raab, her arms still down at her sides. Raab watches her and walks around and Kordellia keeps looking forward. Raab looks around, unsure of what to do before telling her to get her hands up. Kordellia remains coldly looking forward and Raab turns to the official. The official shrugs as the crowd looks on, buzzing. Raab then shrugs before stepping forward to lock up, but Kordellia turns and grabs him by the throat. The crowd roars and Raab struggles for a moment as Kordellia just turns to him before Raab nails her with a hard right and then another and finally a third, leading Kordellia to let go and just stumble back. Raab nails her a fourth time and she just falls to the ropes and leans on them.

Sharper: “The oddest start to a match I’ve seen.”

Knots: “Kordellia looked like in a trance and then suddenly grabbed her, but now, just again, limp, not caring.”

Raab grabs her and whips her across the ring. She bounces off and Raab clotheslines her down. Kordellia hits the mat. She then slowly rolls over and starts to pull herself up and Raab grabs her and pulls her up and hits a European uppercut. She falls to the ropes. She then steps up and leans forward and Raab nails her again with a European uppercut. She falls back again. She hooks the ropes only for a second before stepping forward. He turns and runs into the ropes. He bounces off and Kordellia drops down at the last moment. Raab hops over and bounces off the other side. She hits him with an elbow while down on a knee. She then gets up and chops him in the forehead. Raab staggers back and Kordellia just nails him with a hard right to the jaw and then a second and finally a third before then leaning in and just starting to choke him in the corner.

Sharper: “Hard shots. Kordellia Amida putting everything behind each one.”

Winters: “And doing the smart thing. Staying on him. Choking him. Do whatever you need to do.”

Kordellia steps back and looks at him. She then nails him with a hard right again before grabbing him and going to whip him across. Raab spins through and sends Kordellia in. She hits chest first and just stumbles back before Raab grabs her and hits a back suplex. He goes for the lateral press.

Kordellia kicks out. Raab starts to get up and grabs Kordellia just pulling her up. He scoops her up and slams her down. Raab turns and exits to the apron. He then climbs up the top rope. The crowd cheers him as he looks down at Kordellia and dives off with a guillotine leg drop. The crowd ohs and Konrad Raab goes for the pin.

Kordellia again manages to kick out.

Sharper: “Again, she kicks out and its almost lifeless. She just lies there until she kicks out.”

Winters: “And that’s the frustrating part. Are you succeeding? Are you doing damage? Is she just gritting her teeth and getting through it?”

Kordellia slowly stirs and Konrad grabs her and drags her up and nails her with a hard forearm. Kordellia falls to the ropes. Konrad goes to whip her across. She bounces off and Konrad scoops her up, but Kordellia spins through and lands behind him and Raab turns and Kordelia kicks him in the thigh. Raab winces and Kordellia headbutts him before then hitting a jawbreaker. She then steps into the ropes, bounces off and explodes out with a leaping running clothesline, knocking him down. Konrad Raab falls to the mat. Kordellia just completely gets up. She then looks at Raab and stomps him in the face before lifting her boot and doing it again and then one more time. Raab turns and grabs at the ropes. Kordellia grabs him by the mask and pulls him back. She goes for a reverse DDT, but Raab spins around and then hoists her up and throws her down with a release spinebuster. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Hard spinebuster and Raab quickly plants her.”

Winters: “But again, no movement. Impact and then nothing!”

Raab looks at her and takes a moment before walking over and grabbing her by the head. He hoists her up and drags her up, but Kordellia suddenly digs her fingers into his mask and eyes and rakes away. Raab turns away and Kordellia kicks him in the knee. Raab falls to his knees and Kordellia bounces off the ropes and drills him with an axe kick. She then stands in the ring and looks around at the crowd, who boo her. She turns and grabs Konrad and pulls him up. She then looks at him and pulls him in. She then coldly looks out and spins him out to go for the Shisha no uta, but when she pulls him in, he ducks under and spins around her, hooking her by the waist and throwing her back with a German suplex into a bridge.

The crowd cheers.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Konrad Raab!”

Raab lets go and Kordellia Amida just drops to the mat.

Sharper: “Konrad did it! Countered the Shisha no uta and then the German suplex and that did it.”

Winters: “Took her over. Must’ve gotten her on the back of her head and that was it!”

Raab gets up and has his arm raised. He smiles as he looks around and hears his music play. He then enjoys the reaction before he turns and we see Kordellia Amida still just lying in the middle of the ring not moving. Raab looks at her for a moment before exiting to the apron and down to the floor. He glances back before turning and enjoying his win. The official checks on Kordellia but she doesn’t move, remaining down. Konrad heads to the back. The camera remains focused on Kordellia as she just doesn’t move in the ring. The crowd buzzes as they look in and we cut to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

We see Amy Chastaine hurt in the middle of the ring as Bree Lancaster can be seen rolling her eyes. This is followed by a shot of Bree looking at Jaina as Owen Cruze holds her back.

Bree: “Jaina. You need to hear what I have to say. I didn’t mean to injure your mother.”

We then see Jason Helms running out from the back and sliding into the ring to go after Bree Lancaster. We then see him superkicking her in the jaw. Bree goes up and over the top rope.

Sharper: “Bree Mason eliminated! Jason caught her with a superkick!”

Voice: “One who injured a lover, ending their career. The other, looking for revenge, the champion.”

We see Jason Helms in the ring before showing a shot of Bree Lancaster posing on the stage with Scott Burnside.

Voice: “Bree Lancaster. Jason Helms. SCW United States Championship. Rise to Greatness XV!”

We then see a shot of stills of both in front of the SCW Rise to Greatness XV logo before the scene fades out.

Backstage we open up to see Jessica Winters walking over to Casterillo who just stands backstage, looking down, clearly getting himself ready for his match.

Jessica: “Casterillo. Can I get a word? Can I ask why you went after Beard?”

Casterillo just looks at Jessica. He then turns and walks off as Jessica looks on.

Jessica: “Anything?”

Casterillo continues to head off as we then cut to the ring.

Casterillo vs. Beard

The arena lights go completely black. Lightning begins to streak around the entrance way, as "The Terminator" theme blares through the sound system. Smoke rises from the stage as the lightning slowly dies down. As the music continues and the smoke clears, a figure turning slowly rises to its feet in the smoke. The music then transitions into "Who Knew" by Lil' Dicky as Beard reveals himself, stepping out from the smoke, with the crowd erupting in cheers.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a fifteen minute time limit. First, on his way to the ring, from New York City, New York, he is Beard!”

Beard makes his way to the ring, taking some time out to lean into the crowd. He then runs and slides into the ring under the bottom rope. Once inside the ring, Beard climbs to the top rope and strokes his beard before extending his arms out and doing a backflip off of the top rope, landing on his feet, and dropping to one knee as the music dies down.

Sharper: “A lot has changed in a year. That man is no longer the odd wrestler, who maybe didn’t try enough, who wanted easy shots. He’s now trying to earn them.”

Winters: “Too bad he may get his head taken off here tonight. Casterillo isn’t someone to mess with and he has some problem with Beard and we still don’t really know why.”

The entire arena suddenly goes black and stays that way for about 10 seconds, making the crowd begin to think that nothing is going to happen. That is until 1 solitary lightning strike strikes the middle of the stage. This leads right to the beginning of "Seven Devils" by Florence & The Machine.

Phillips: “His opponent, from a location undetermined, he is Casterillo!”

The music plays even though the arena stays dark. It is about 10 more seconds before suddenly the lights turn on, with the dark figure of Casterillo standing right in the center of the ring, with a blank look in his eyes. He immediately springs right into action.

Sharper: “And he’s here.”

Winters: “And he’s just cocked and ready to go after Beard here.”

The bell sounds. Beard looks at Casterillo and lets out an “Oh shit!” before Casterillo lunges and nails Beard in the jaw with a hard right and then nails him with a hard left and then kicks him in the ribs before spinning him around into the corner. Casterillo follows up with a hard right and then a left before nailing him with another left and then a back elbow. Beard staggers out of the corner. He turns and Casterillo watches him before he just nails him with a hard right haymaker, knocking him down. Beard turns and rolls over. He starts to get up and Casterillo stretches out his neck a bit and kicks him in the ribs. He then turns and whips him into the ropes. He bounces off and hoists Beard up with a back drop. Beard hits hard and rolls over. He stirs and rolls to the ropes. Casterillo walks over and grabs him, dragging him up by the hair.

Sharper: “Casterillo starting with no hesitancy. Just going right after Beard.”

Winters: “With those strikes and where they’re going, Beard may not have to worry long about enjoying the rest of this weekend!”

Casterillo spins Beard around and nails him with another haymaker. He drops to the mat and starts to get up and Casterillo grabs him and scoops him up and slams him down. Beard rolls over, holding his back. He turns and starts to look around before Casterillo grabs him and pulls him up. He then turns and whips him into the ropes. Beard bounces off and Casterillo scoops him up and spins him around, but Beard lands on his feet. Casterillo goes for a clothesline, but Beard ducks. Casterillo turns and Beard nails him with a hard right and then a left before kicking him in the ribs. He hooks Casterillo up and Casterillo lifts him up and back drops him down.

Sharper: “And again a counter.”

Winters: “We don’t know much about Casterillo, but from my view, he’s someone that knows how good he can be. Confidence in everything his does. And he knows it.”

Casterillo turns as Beard starts to get up and Casterillo lunges and clotheslines him up and over the top rope and to the floor. Beard rolls over. Casterillo then steps back and looks at Beard. (1) Beard rolls over and winces a bit. (2) He grabs at the announce table and he leans on it. (3) He takes a deep breath and turns around and moves to the ring. (4) He rolls back in and gets up and Casterillo nails him with a hard right. Beard hits the mat. He stirs and Casterillo grabs him and pulls him up. He then wrenches the arm and whips him across the ring. Beard bounces off and Casterillo goes for a clothesline. Beard ducks and stops. Casterillo turns around and Beard hits a dropkick. The crowd cheers. Casterillo rolls over and gets up and Beard lunges and grabs him. He then runs him into the corner. Casterillo winces and Beard runs over and hits a running dropkick in the corner. Beard falls back and backs up and Casterillo drops down.

Sharper: “Two hard dropkicks and Beard has fought his way back into this match.”

Winters: “That second dropkick may have dazed Casterillo. He may not reveal where’s been coming from, but he may not remember right now.”

Casterillo slowly stirs and Beard grabs him and hooks him up from behind. He jumps up and hits a back suplex. He turns and hooks the leg.

Casterillo pushes him off. Beard rolls over. He looks around and starts to get up. He stomps Casterillo in the chest and then again. Caterillo turns and grabs at the ropes. Beard then grabs him and pulls him up. He turns and drags him up and goes to whip him into the ropes. Casterillo bounces and Beard jumps up, but Casterillo grabs him in a double choke. The crowd roars. He then throws him down as Beard rolls over.

Sharper: “Casterillo just hoists him up and throw him down.”

Winters: “Beard may just not have it in him tonight.”

Beard stirs and Casterillo drags him up. He then wrenches his arm. Casterillo winces in pain. Beard winces and Casterillo jerks on it. He then lifts Beard up by the arm and spins him around. Beard yells out and Casterillo look at him before then turning and hip tossing him over. Beard turns and starts to get up, shaking out his arm. Casterillo drags him up by the hair and turns and whips him into the ropes. He bounces off and Casterillo scoops him up, but Beard kicks his legs. He lands behind Casterillo. Casterillo turns, but Beard runs past him. He bounces off and nails Casterillo with the Sonic The HedgeBeard. The crowd ohs. Beard goes for the pin.

Casterillo kicks out. Beard rolls off. He looks around.

Sharper: “Spear enough to get Casterillo down, but only for two!”

Casterillo rolls over and starts to get up. Beard clubs him from behind and then again and again. Casterillo swats him back. He rolls over and to the apron. Casterillo starts to get up and Beard gets up and springboards to the top rope and nails Casterillo with a diving clothesline. The crowd ohs. He goes for the pin again.

Casterillo kicks out again. Beard rolls off. He starts to get up as the crowd starts to chant for Beard. He looks around and nods and Casterillo gets to his feet and Beard jumps onto his back and locks in a sleeper hold. Casterillo struggles for a moment as he leans forward. Beard nods and looks around, pulling back only for Casterillo to flip him forward onto his back. Beard rolls over and Casterillo waits for him to get up before drilling him with the Thunder Run. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “My God what a lariat!”

Winters: “That wasn’t a clothesline. You’re right to call that a lariat.”

Sharper: “Casterillo calls it the Thunder Run. And he’s going for the pin!”

Casterillo drops down for the pin.

Beard gets his shoulder up. Beard stirs and starts to get up and Casterillo grabs him and clubs him in the back and then again and again and again. Beard just crumples to the mat. The crowd boos as Casterillo walks around the ring. He grabs Beard and drags him up. He then places his head between his legs. Casterillo looks around. He hoists him up and then plants him with the Trial by Fire.

Beard shoots his shoulder up and the crowd cheers. Casterillo rolls back and starts to get up. He then looks at Beard. He slowly pulls him up. He then looks at him and shakes his head. He then scoops him up and Beard suddenly slides down behind the back of Casterillo. He manages to hoist him up and hits the Drop-Top. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Beard finding the strength to get Casterillo off his feet and throw him back.”

Winters: “That’s all well and good, but follow-up. If not, it’s delaying what could be the inevitable.”

Beard rolls over and then turns and goes to the legs of Casterillo. He lifts one leg up and spins around and locks in a figure four. The crowd roars and Casterillo grimaces in pain. He leans back and winces as Beard nods his head and tries to increase his leverage. Casterillo’s shoulders go to the mat.

He shoots up and Beard tries to lean up. He keeps the hold locked as Casterillo looks right at him. He then starts to slowly turn and Beard looks around, trying to reach out at the ropes. Casterillo continues to try and turn as the crowd cheers Beard. Beard tries to keep him over, but Casterillo turns and manages to roll him over and counter the leverage. The crowd roars and Beard yells out before grabbing at the ropes just a foot away. Casterillo holds on and the referee counts.

Beard gets free and Casterillo rolls over as the crowd boos.

Sharper: “Beard thought that hold could be enough, but Casterillo too skilled as a submissionist.”

Winters: “But some damage was done. It’s now a race to who gets up first!”

Beard starts to pulls himself up on the apron and looks at Casterillo. Casterillo staggers to his feet, wincing as Beard springboards forward and Casterillo side steps, grabs him and hits the Holy Water. The crowd ohs and Beard rolls over and Casterillo goes for the pin.

The crowd boos and Casterillo rolls off.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Casterillo!”

Sharper: “Beard tried to take him down. Casterillo just moved out of the way and dropped him.”

Winters: “Casterillo seems to just be so much more crisp than Beard, than so many others we’ve seen.”

Sharper: “Still unsure what his purpose his, but he certainly left an impact tonight!”

Casterillo looks over at Beard and then slowly gets up. He continues to glare down at him as the crowd boos. The referee tells him to get back. He slowly steps back and steps through the ropes and to the floor. He then calmly starts to walk over to the rampway and to the back. Beard winces in the ring, holding his jaw.

The words “Earlier Today” appear on the screen. The scene rises up in the parking garage, moments after the limousine carrying “All-Star” Gavin Taylor, his wife Madison Chase-Taylor, and his A.S.S. … er… All-Star Security detail of Jack and Karl Barker, arrived for the Rise to Greatness pre-show. Gavin, Maddie, and the A.S.S. walk towards the building, as Gavin - with the EMERGE RUSH Championship belt wrapped around his waist - speaks on his cell phone with his agent, Ava. St. Claire.

Gavin: “So you got the luxury box set aside for Maddie then? … Good, good. Make sure she has the absolute BEST provided for her…”

But as he walks, the presence of SCW online reporter, Abby Hudson, approaches the grouping.

Hudson: “Gavin Taylor, my name is Abby Hudson, and I…”

Gavin looks over at the woman.

Gavin: “I’ll call you back.”

He hangs up the phone and tosses it back, trusting that Jack or Karl would catch the phone. Neither did, but luckily Maddie’s cat-like reflexes kicked in and the phone did NOT meet a tragic end by hitting the concrete. The All-Star steps forward, circling the young woman.

Gavin: “...are committed to rudely interrupting TALENT hours before setting history?”

Hudson: “I...I’m sorry. If that was an important call, I can find you later and…”

Gavin: “It’s alright. Ava won’t mind. I’m sure she’s far too busy planning for some last-minute deals before I step into an SCW ring for the SECOND time and make history!”

Hudson: “Well, that’s what I wanted to touch on. We all saw you at SCW’s Taking Hold of the Flame, and that night didn’t exactly go your way…”

Gavin nods his head with haughty derision.

Gavin: “No, it didn’t. But I do have to credit the combined forces of Regan Street, Sienna Swann, and Andrew Raynes for recognizing a world-class talent when they see it. That’s what happened at THOTF, after all… they recognized just how amazing… just how worldly… just how DANGEROUS I would have been had they not triple-teamed me and eliminated me, so they made sure I wouldn’t even get that chance. It was a smart game plan… it really was. I applaud them. But tonight isn’t about battle royals. Tonight, Gavin Taylor, the EMERGE RUSH Champion, the best pure athlete in the world, takes on a man who has his sights zeroed in on this baby right here…”

He pats the RUSH belt around his waist.

Gavin: “And I can respect that. I can respect that someone wants to fight the very best competition, naturally leading to your’s truly. But you see something Addy…”

Hudson: “Abby.”

Gavin brushes the correction off.

Gavin: “Whatever. What’s important here is that I, Gavin Taylor, the EMERGE RUSH Champion and man of history, have embarked on a little crusade I call “Champion Forever”. Now tell me, could I legitimately say “forever” if I’m okay with losing this strap here tonight?”

Hudson: “Well… no.”

Gavin: “Exactly. To be CHAMPION FOREVER, I win tonight. It’s really that simple in the grand scheme of things. Now I’ve gone on record before as saying Drake Hemingway and I… we’re going to steal the whole show tonight. Hell… we may steal Rise to Greatness weekend. But I will NOT have my RUSH Championship stolen from me by anyone. Because, I am…”

Gavin steps back, preparing a pose. Abby looks confused, while Maddie looks starry-eyed at her husband…

Gavin: ““The Franchise Player”... “The Man Who Would Be King”... “Best Wrestler in the Universe”... “The Real-World Jedi”... “Wrestling’s Kwisatz Haderach”... “The MVP of Life”... “The All-Star”... and after tonight, you’ll be able to add one more name to that…”

Gavin flashes his million-dollar smile.

Gavin: ““GREATNESS Personified”. Let’s get in there.”

Gavin motions for Maddie and the A.S.S. to follow him as he walks towards the building, leaving Abby Hudson standing alone. The scene fades away...

We open up to see a shot of Sienna Swann posing with her wings spread wide, before showing shots of Donovan Kayl and Thirteen in the middle of the ring and then Syren posing in the middle of the ring with Ravyn Taylor and CHBK.

Syren: “Kennedy Street agreed to defend her title against me, I should get that match first!”

We then cut to see Donovan Kayl and Thirteen in the middle of the ring.

Kayl: “Syren is calling for title shots. Sienna is too and from my position, they may have the skills, but they should not be next in line. We’ve had enough of the people who feel owed to be champion. NO ONE is owed anything.”

Thirteen: “Syren and Sienna Swann have the talent to be legitimate champions. But I feel I should be the judge of that.”

We then cut to see Sienna Swann smiling.

Sienna: “I will just show that I am the next top star in this business, no questions asked when I erase the past.”

We see a shot of Syren nailing Sienna from behind on Breakdown.

Mr. D: “inner receives a World Championship shot at Apocalypse. And in it, we’ll see Sienna….we’ll see Syren…we’ll see Thirteen….and we’ll see Donovan Kayl!”

We see shots of each of the four competitors before cutting to a still showing the Rise to Greatness XV logo with the stills in front of it as the scene fades out.

COMMERCIALS

We see a shot of the Rise to Greatness logo come up on the screen with a very prominent XV in the background. We then see on a scrolling marquee underneath “TOMORROW!” The number of days remaining keeps scrolling past before the scene fades out.

Garret the Angry Gopher vs. Billy Rise to Greatness

The lights go out in the arena and the familiar riffs of Dire Straits' "Money For Nothing" assault the ears of the listener

Phillips: “The following match is scheduled for onefall and has a ten minute time limit. Now, from the Dirt….here is Garret the Angry Gopher!!!

The song breaks into the first verse as G-TAG appears at the top of stage in a lone spotlight that follows him all the way to the ring just like a mascot normally does except Garret routine falls down along the aisle, causing people in the crowd to laugh at him and making Garret even angrier. Once he is in the ring G-TAG tries to dance, but again falls down and ends up waiting for his opponent, very angry.

Sharper: “I don’t even know what to expect in this one.”

Winters: “One is the greatest champion in wrestling history. The other is a gopher. I think we’re at the pinnacle of the sport.”

“Something for You” by David Rolfe hits and Billy Rise to Greatness steps out the entrance way.

Phillips: “And his opponent, accompanied by Miss Misato, he is Billy Rise to Greatness!”

He wears a black leather jacket along with his standard ring gear with black trunks that have the #RTGXV logo on the back. He is accompanied to the ring by the Beautiful Miss Misato whose hand he is holding and who is carrying a wagon, with multiple cardboard title belts. As he walks to the ring he argues with the fans. The crowd boos as Billy makes his way to the ring. Misato drags the wagon to the ringside area. Billy turns to her and tells her something before turning to the ring. He hops onto the apron and grabs the top rope and Garret runs over and grabs the top rope before flipping him into the ring. G-TAG steps back and tells Billy to get up and he looks at him. The referee makes sure he’s ready and Billy nods. The bell sounds.

Sharper: “I don’t even know what we’re going to see.”

Winters: “Garret is ready to fight!”

Billy gets up and Garret runs over and nails him with a hard right and then a left and then a right and then a left before spinning around and nailing Billy in the side with his tail. Billy falls over and looks at the tail and falls over. He winces and Garret nails him with a hard right and he falls over again and rolls over. He starts to get up. Garret looks at him and clubs him in the back. Billy falls over. Misato starts to throw a couple of the cardboard belts out of the wagon.

Sharper: “Garret getting the advantage and keeping it.”

Winters: “Well anger is a hell of a motivator and doing it now.”

Garrett grabs Billy and pulls him up and nails him with a hard right. Billy falls over. Garret nails him with a hard right and then a left before pulling him out. He then smirks before taunting Billy by spinning around, tripping him with the tail on his costume, which is sticking out behind him. Billy rolls over and stirs. He starts to get up and Garret headbutts him in the back of the head and then again and again and again. Billy just collapses to the mat. He rolls over and winces and backs up, pointing to Garret’s tail. The crowd looks on as Garret looks around and the referee turns and touches Garret’s tail. He pulls away. Misato looks on and yells at Billy. Billy nods. He starts to get up.

Sharper: “Garret again using that tail to get an advantage.”

Winters: “Has that tail ever been that erect? Is it something to do with how angry he is.”

Sharper: “Billy even noticing it and pointing it out….”

Garret then turns and swings it at the official. The official backs up and Billy runs over and nails Garret with a hard right and then another. Garret headbutts him. Billy staggers back. He shakes it up and Garret steps up and Billy jumps up and nails him with a hard right and then superkicks Garret in the knee. He falls over. Garret winces and starts to get up and Billy runs into the ropes, bounces off and goes for a running bulldog. He then rolls him over and tries to get him on his back to cover him, but Garret’s tail refuses to cooperate and Billy stops and looks at it. Misato motions to Billy again. Billy turns to the ropes and walks over. Misato points to the tail and then points to the wagon. Billy shrugs. Misato walks over and suddenly pulls out an Exacto knife covered by the multiple cardboard titles.

Sharper: “I think Billy has a plan.”

Winters: “I think Misato has a plan!”

Sharper: “And it involves an exacto knife. What the hell…”

Billy turns and Garret clubs him in the back and then again before spinning him around. He whips him into the ropes. He bounces off and Garret goes for a headbutt. Billy dodges and rolls underneath. Misato hands him the exacto knife and he turns and grabs the table of Garret and cuts it off. Garret yelps out as the crowd roars. He jumps around as he holds where his tail was as Billy holds the tail up to the official. Billy places the exacto knife down, causing Misato to grab it to pull it out of the ring. The official looks at the tail and then holds it before revealing it has something in it and Garret runs over and nails Billy and knocks him into the official. The official falls over. The tail falls over, showing a clear metallic colour in the tail.

Sharper: “That tail looks suspicious!”

Winters: “Who cares as the official is down. It may not matter here!”

Garret rolls over and holds his back and Billy turns and looks at Garret and smiles as the official is down. Garret gets up and Billy nails him with a hard right and then another and another before running into the ropes and clotheslining him down. He then looks around before turning and nodding and walking over to the ropes and demanding a title to hold up. Misato obliges, handing him two of his many cardboard titles and he holds them over his head and then turns and walks over to the corner and places them on his shoulders as we see several camera flashes. Billy nods and then jumps down, but we see Garret crawling to his tail. He grabs his tail and looks at it. Billy walks over to Garret before grabbing him and Garret nails him in the head with his tail. Billy drops to the mat.

Sharper: “Garret the Angry Gopher just nailed Billy in the jaw with that tail!”

Winters: “It’s clearly loaded!”

Garret smiles before seeing the official getting up. He looks around and then turns and nails the official in the back with the tail. He falls over and the crowd ohs and boos. Garret turns back to Billy and looks around before nailing him again. Misato slides into the ring. Garret rolls out of the ring. He looks back behind him before going over to the wagon. Misato turns and snaps at Garret who suddenly flips over the wagon. He backs away, clutching his tail with great conviction. He then backs up the rampway to the back as Misato checks on Billy. Garret runs to the back. The crowd boos as we looks on.

Sharper: “I don’t even know what we just saw!”

Winters: “A man clutching his tail has just run off. Billy Rise to Greatness is still in the ring!”

Sharper: “Yeah, and…”

Winters: “Hey! I’m trying!”

Garret heads to the back as Misato checks on Billy. The crowd boos as we see Billy wincing, holding his head and the scene cuts away.

The words “Earlier Today” appear on the screen. The scene opens on Blake Mason walking down the hallway. Some cheer. Some boo. The eager Mason stops in his tracks. Loretta Inglewood stands in front of the door Blake wants to enter. She holds up her hand.

Inglewood: “Drake can’t be disturbed, he’s meditating.”

Blake: “Come on, Loretta. Make an exception for me. I am his half-brother for Christ sakes.”

Loretta shakes her head.

Inglewood: “Sorry Mr. Mason. He cannot be disturbed.”

Blake rests his hand on Loretta’s shoulder. He intensifies his gaze.

Blake: “How much does a guy need to mediate anyway?”

Inglewood: “He can’t fail!”

Blake: “And he won’t Loretta. I promise, I have my brother’s best interest at heart. He won’t lose. Scouts honor.”

Inglewood smiles.

Inglewood: “Five minutes.”

Blake: “Thanks.”

Loretta steps to the side. Blake twist the knob letting himself into the room Drake is in. The room is dimly lit. Drake is seated on the floor surrounded by candles. He is firm in the meditative position. Blake opts to keep his distance.

Blake: “Hello….Drake.”

Drake doesn’t respond to Blake. Blake sighs.

Blake: “Hey. Is anyone home?”

Blake snaps his fingers hoping to get his brother’s attention. Again. Nothing. Blake shakes his head.

Blake: “Fine. Don’t talk. Meditation. I get it. Last time we spoke I was pretty hard on you. I don’t regret it. You should have beaten Kandis. You should be on the main show with me showing the world what our family is all about. I came here to say I’m envious. Out of everyone in our family, only you and Lenore have challenged for championships at Rise to Greatness. Next year, hopefully I get lucky. If I’m around. Still haven’t signed my contract yet. But this isn’t about me. This is about how proud I am.”

Blake pauses to allow Drake to meditate on his words.

Blake: “You are going out there later to challenge one of the best this sport has to offer. I have mostly known Gavin as the guy who loves to hear himself talk. To his credit, he has used EMERGE to restart his career. He can call himself a champion, bound to happen eventually with his talent. No one else but you has the chance to dethrone Gavin Taylor. You will be the person to leave him with a sour taste in his mouth. Nothing against The All Star. He’s a swell guy. Call me bias, I am pulling for my brother. I’ll go. Do your meditation thing.”

Blake turns around to leave the locker room. He doesn’t catch Drake opening his eyes.

Drake: “WAIT!”

Blake turns around. His brother rises to his feet. He exits the circle of candles to stand toe to toe with his brother. Drake nods.

Drake: “Thank you... brother. My number one devotion this entire time has been to spread the message of purity to the masses. Rise to Greatness gives me a vehicle as a means to that end. I appreciate this sport as much as you do. My desire to leave victorious is the only thought racing through my mind. By becoming champion, the masses will pay attention. I can promote my message to more and more eyes. I haven’t lost sight to the leverage holding a championship carries. On the oft chance I am denied, I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt I am accepted by you. That is a gift no one can take from me. Thanks... brother. I appreciate the kind words.”

Drake hugs Blake. He doesn’t hesitate to hug Drake back. This elicits an aww from the capacity crowd. Both brothers break the embrace.

Blake: “Cool. If you don’t have any plans, when you win, we’ll celebrate.”

Drake: “And if I—“

Blake cuts his brother off.

Blake: “You, will, not, lose!”

Drake nods.

Drake: “Precisely.”

Blake smiles. So does Drake. Blake leaves the room. Loretta is waiting on him on the other side.

Inglewood: “He needed that.”

Blake: “I know.”

Blake walks off screen. The scene fades on Loretta Inglewood smiling.

COMMERCIALS

We see a shot of Selena Frost hitting the Icebreaker on Regan Street before showing Regan Street down in the ring.

Sharper: “Selena Frost with the Icebreaker! Fighting through the pain. Both doing so, but Selena got the move at the end!”

This is followed by a shot of Regan Street hitting the Facial Reconstruction on Selena Frost.

Knots: “Facial Reconstruction is right!”

Voice: “It has been a war that has spanned over eighteen months…”

We then see shots of Regan Street and Selena Frost brawling in the ring, including shots of Selena getting assaulted backstage at Trios Tournament 2018 by Past, Present, Future. We see a shot of Selena Frost and Regan Street in each other’s face backstage.

Voice: “One where the boss himself will count the fall for the winner.”

Mr. D: “Because Selena…I’m going to give you what you want. What Regan wants. What everyone wants. And I’m going to be the special guest referee!”

A shot of Regan Street looking for Selena’s tour bus follows, before showing shots of the two of them fighting at ringside with Regan Street getting thrown over the announce table.

Voice: “A personal war that has brought in family, ruined a former friendship, and has ravaged SCW. It ends at Rise to Greatness…”

Drake Hemingway vs. Gavin Taylor

EMERGE RUSH Championship

The lights go out. "Exciter" by Judas Priest plays from the loud speaker. Steam rises from the stage. Out walks Drake Hemingway accompanied by his maiden Loretta Inglewood. The spotlight shines on them. They remain on the stage and Drake looks down as does Loretta before we see four hooded figures walk out, two on each side. They stand on the stage for a few moments before the hooded figures start to make their way to the ring first. Drake and Loretta remain on the stage.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall, has a thirty minute time limit and is for the EMERGE RUSH Championship! First, the challenger, accompanied by Loretta Inglewood, he is Drake Hemingway!”

The four hooded figures slowly walk around the ring before each settles in a different corner. They remain there before Drake and Loretta look up and slowly start to head to the ring, side by side. They reach the ring. Drake walks up the steel steps, walks across the apron. He bends down extending his hand to Loretta, pulling her on the apron, he then opens the ropes for her. She enters the ring first. He follows. Both walk to the center of the ring as the lights come back on. She smirks. He stands there stoically. She exits the ring. He remains, waiting for the match to start.

Sharper: “Drake Hemingway, the challenger, arriving with a number of individuals with him. And we’ve been joined here at the announce position by Frankie Paradise of EMERGE’s commentary team.”

Frankie: “Get to sit with you guys here and call this one. This…this is different. These people with Drake. He’s been trying to snuff out any impurities in EMERGE and looks like he’s got some people to follow him!”

Winters: “Could be an interesting intimidation tactic too. Then again, Gavin Taylor…he’s got a bit of an attitude too.”

The lights around the arena begin to flicker as "Whoa Is Me" by Down With Webster starts to play over the arena.

The crowd cheers as "All Star" Gavin Taylor steps out from behind the curtain onto the top of the ramp, the EMERGE RUSH Championship over his shoulder. As he stands in place, posing with his arms outstretched, the chorus of the song plays.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Los Angeles, California, he is the reigning and defending EMERGE RUSH Champion, he is The All Star, Gavin Taylor!”

Gavin begins to walk down the ramp with swagger. He smirks as he gets to the ring, looking at all of the hooded people at ringside. He just walks past one and scoffs before shaking his head. Pulling himself to the apron, he hangs out off the ring while holding onto the top rope. Gavin pulls himself through the ropes and steps onto the second ropes on the opposite side of the ring from the ramp. He opens his jersey, sliding it off his shoulders as he stretches his arms out. Turning around, he bounces back off the ropes as he turns and hands over the EMERGE RUSH Championship to the official. He holds it over his head. The crowd roars as the EMERGE RUSH Championship logo comes across the screen.

Sharper: “Gavin Taylor does not seem impressed by the back up at ringside.”

Frankie: “He’s the champ and that allows you to think a bit highly of yourself. He’s got the odds on his side!”

Winters: “Champion’s advantage. I loved those words when I was in there.”

The referee hands off the title and backs up and the bell sounds. The crowd roars as Taylor looks at Hemingway and smirks. Hemingway stoically looks at him and Taylor looks at the hooded figures and just mockingly waves at one. He then shakes his head and turns and looks at Hemingway before the two lunge at one another and lock-up in the middle of the ring with a collar-and-elbow tie-up. They push back on one another and Hemingway manages to get the advantage getting Taylor back into the corner. Taylor looks around, leaning back and Hemingway pushes him against the corner.

Hemingway backs up and looks at Taylor. Taylor smirks a bit and he tells him to back up. Hemingway slowly backs up as Taylor watches him. The two circle a bit before lunging and grappling again in a lock-up. They push back on one another and Taylor ducks down and grabs the arm and wrenches it. He then turns and moves into a hammerlock.

Sharper: “Taylor may be the most technically sound. A great athlete. Drake Hemingway has a bit more power and striking.”

Frankie: “Both could take your head off.”

Sharper: “No doubt about it. They both know how to get the most out of their offense.”

Winters: “Plus, as we saw, both have some people behind them that are going to make sure they’re ready for this.”

Taylor pulls up. Drake reaches down and then up before catching Taylor with a back elbow. He steps forward and runs into the ropes. He bounces off and Taylor grabs him and takes him over with a side headlock takedown.

Drake turns his shoulder and Taylor locks in a side headlock. He holds on and Drake can be seen looking down as Loretta looks on. The hooded figures just remain in their corners, stoic and Taylor slowly pulls himself up and Drake drags him back and into the ropes before firing him off. Taylor bounces off. Drake goes for a clothesline. Taylor ducks and bounces off the other side and Drake spins through and drills Taylor with a hard boot to the face. Taylor hits the mat and rolls over, going to the floor. He turns, holding his jaw. (1) Taylor turns and grabs at the barricade. He holds his jaw again and Taylor turns and looks at the hooded figures before just walking around them and watching them, shaking his head. He hops onto the apron and Drake backs up as Taylor slowly enters.

Sharper: “Hard boot and that just woke him up.”

Winters: “Taylor went to the floor. Slowed it down. Drake just waiting. I’d be all over him.”

Frankie: “Maybe he wants to make it a last, though.”

Taylor looks at Drake and lunges at him. Drake goes to grab him. Taylor ducks and bounces off the other side and jumps up and nails him with a forearm shot and then another and then a third. Drake goes for a clothesline. Taylor ducks and then pops him with a hard snap jab. Drake staggers to the corner. Taylor walks over and grabs him, smirking before going to whip him across, but Drake spins through and sends Taylor in. Taylor hits hard and stumbles out and Drake lifts him up with a huge back drop. Taylor rolls over, wincing in pain and turns around before turning around and Drake scoops him up and slams him down. Taylor turns and winces and Drake grabs him and pushes him into the corner and nails him with a hard back elbow. He rears back and elbows him again. He then nails him a third time and Gavin drops to his knees. The crowd boos a bit. Drake then grabs him and forces his head against the ropes.

Drake: “You will respect this. You will see all of this and see it as your reckoning!”

Sharper: “Drake just making Gavin Taylor think about all of this.”

Frankie: “Probably not caring for Gavin smirking at all of this. The people in the corner. The purity. The cultishness of this all!”

Drake continues to hold him against the ropes.

Gavin nails Drake with a back elbow to the jaw. Gavin turns.

Gavin: “This! I won’t respect this! I didn’t know you became a Stonecutter…or maybe the Ancient Society of No Homers!”

Gavin then goes to nail Drake, but Drake blocks it and knees him in the ribs. He then scoops him up onto his shoulder before throwing him forward and into the top turnbuckle into the top turnbuckle with a snake eyes. Gavin staggers back and Drake sizes him up and clotheslines him down. He goes for the pin.

Gavin kicks out. Drake gets up and looks at Gavin as he stirs and hits a standing elbow drop. Gavin rolls over, holding his chest. Drake then grabs him by his head. He drags him up and turns and whips him into the ropes. Gavin bounces off and Drake clotheslines him down again. He goes for another pin.

Gavin kicks out.

Sharper: “This is turning into Drake Hemingway showing Gavin not to take any of this lightly.”

Frankie: “I don’t think he is. I just think Drake’s pissed off.”

Winters: “This is what this guy believes right?”

Frankie: “The purity. Purifying EMERGE, now SCW. He said it as we saw. This is his chance, mate.”

Winters: “You don’t piss on someone’s beliefs. At least not unless you’re ready to get your ass kicked.”

Gavin turns and Drake grabs him. He then runs him across and drives him face first into the top turnbuckle. Gavin turns and Drake nails him with a hard forearm and then another before whipping him across. Drake turns and runs after Gavin and goes for a running boot, but Gavin moves out of the way. The crowd roars. Drake turns and backs up and Gavin grabs him and hits a belly to belly suplex. He hooks the leg.

Drake pushes him off. Both get up and Gavin turns and runs into the ropes. He bounces off and nails Drake with the Real Men Use Lariats. The crowd ohs and Gavin goes for another pin.

Drake kicks out. Both men get up and Gavin nails him with a hard chop before hitting a European uppercut. He grabs Drake and goes to whip him across the ring, but Drake spins through. Gavin bounces off and Drake hoists him up and just falls back with a hot shot. The crowd ohs and boos. Gavin rolls over, coughing. Drake then walks over and grabs him by his head.

Sharper: “Drake Hemingway just threw Gavin Taylor back and hard into the top rope.”

Winters: “Gavin may be coughing until he loses in this one. Drake made sure that the impact was there.”

Gavin keeps clutching his throat and Drake spins him around and kicks him in the ribs and pulls him in. He hooks him up and throws him over head with a T-Bone suplex. The crowd ohs and Drake hooks the leg.

Gavin shoots his shoulder up. The crowd roars. Gavin rolls over and Drake grabs him. He pulls him up and clubs him in the back and then again. He wrenches his arm and goes to whip him across the ring. Gavin bounces off and Drake goes for another boot, but Gavin ducks and grabs the top rope and slingshots himself to the apron. He then kicks at one of the hooded figures before Drake runs at him. Gavin jumps up and slingshots over as Drake goes for a shoulder and Gavin hits a sunset flip.

Drake kicks out. Both roll back. They get up and Gavin ducks a clothesline. He falls to the ropes. Drake runs at him and Gavin lifts him up and manages to back drop him up, but Drake spins to the apron. Gavin turns and Drake grabs him by the throat in a double choke. Gavin breaks it and kicks him in the knee. He pulls Drake through the ropes and then drops him with the Cubic Zirconium Cutter.

Sharper: “Taylor using that quickness and thinking just as quick. Rope-assisted cutter!”

Frankie: “The Cubic Zirconium Cutter!”

Sharper: “Now a cover!”

He rolls him over and hooks the leg.

Drake gets his shoulder up. He turns and Gavin grabs him and pulls him up and quickly hits a snap suplex. Gavin turns and exits to the apron. He climbs up to the top rope. The crowd cheers as Gavin looks around. He dives off and hits a top rope elbow drop. He hooks the leg.

Drake gets his shoulder up again. Gavin turns and slowly starts to get up. He looks at Drake as Drake rolls over. Gavin nods and looks at the hooded figures.

Gavin: “This is more pure than anything this guy peddles!”

Gavin runs into the ropes and bounces off and goes for the All-Starmaker, but Drake ducks. Gavin misses and stops. Drake however turns and grabs him and pushes him forward just enough before hoisting him up and hitting a release German suplex, causing Gavin to hit chest first. He rolls over and Drake goes for the pin, rolling him over.

Gavin shoots his shoulder up. The crowd ohs and cheers as Drake looks out to the crowd. He turns and grabs Gavin and drags him up. He then knees him in the ribs and then again and finally hits him with a double knee to the face. Gavin drops to a knee. Drake steps back and Gavin gets up and Drake goes for the Savate kick, but Gavin dodges it and suddenly grabs him and hits the Desperation Buzzer-Beater.

Sharper: “Desperation Buzzer-Beater!”

Winters: “Right into a pin. Good move there by the champion!”

He moves into the pin.

Drake kicks out and Gavin rolls off. He starts to get up and turns and goes over to the ropes. He looks at the hooded figures before turning and going to step through the ropes. Drake starts to get up and falls over to the ropes. One of the hooded figures suddenly pulls themselves up onto the apron. Gavin turns and notices this. The official goes over and tells him to get down before another suddenly sucker punches Gavin in the side of the head. Gavin staggers back and right into Drake who hoists him up and spins him out into the Mark of the Beast. The crowd ohs and boos. The hooded figure on the apron drops down.

Sharper: “Wait a minute!”

Frankie: “Gavin made too many remarks! Disrespected them too much!”

Winters: “And they had enough of standing around. They’ve not moved until right then!”

Sharper: “Mark of the Beast. Don’t tell me this is how Drake Hemingway intends to purify EMERGE!”

Drake turns and hooks the leg.

The crowd boos as the bell sounds. Loretta just smiles as the hooded figures return to their positions in the four corners.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, and NEW EMERGE RUSH Champion, Drake Hemingway!”

Sharper: “You have this opportunity and to win it like that…”

Frankie: “I don’t think he cares. He cares he’s holding EMERGE gold!”

Winters: “And that’s all that matters!”

Drake gets up as Loretta enters the ring. Gavin remains down as the official hands Drake the EMERGE RUSH Championship. Drake looks at it and stoically holds it over his head. Loretta applauds as the crowd boos. Gavin remains down, wincing. Drake glances down at him briefly before then ignoring him and looking back out at the crowd. The hooded figures remain at ringside, looking on and then all slowly raise their arms, almost hailing Drake and his win.

Winters: “What the hell is going on in EMERGE?”

Sharper: “Some ritual almost…some odd ritual.”

Drake remains holding it over his head with the hooded figures posing with their arms up. Loretta admires the scene as the crowd boos and we then cut away.

COMMERCIALS

We open up to see a shot of Kennedy Street getting up at Taking Hold of the Flame and having her arm raised, still as World Champion.

Sharper: “Kennedy Street, emphatically, marching out as the World Champion!”

We then cut to a shot of Giovanni Aries falling to his knees with his arms out.

Knots: “Rise to Greatness XV is going down the rabbit hole!”

We then cut to a shot of Giovanni Aries looking at Kennedy Street and watching her.

Giovanni: “But unfortunately, you have been tainted by the Lizard King. His fingerprints are all over you. An innocent…caught in the crossfire.”

We then see Giovanni attacking Kennedy, taking her down and hammering away at her arm. This then shifts to a shot of Kennedy nailing Giovanni Aries with the Touch of Class.

Voice: “A Champion who faces a unique challenger, one who believes in something not of this world.”

We then see a shot of Giovanni Aries seated at the stage.

Voice: “Giovanni Aries…”

Kennedy Street posing in the middle of the ring, holding the World Championship over her head, follows.

Voice: “Kennedy Street…The World Championship on the line.”

We then see a shot of stills of both in front of the SCW Rise to Greatness XV logo before the scene fades out.

Katie Steward & Gigi Steward vs. Crissy Gardner & Sam Raine

The big screen buffers for a few seconds later fancy gold writing spreads across the screen.

“I'm not cocky
I just love myself
Bitch!”

The lights in the arena begin to dim, and at same time the whimsical voice of Katie Steward is heard giggling as “We Remain” by Christina Aguilera plays on the speaker system. Bright pink spot lights swirl around the arena as varies images of The Stewards are captured on the video screen.

Gigi walks out on the stage dressed in her ring gear and wearing her Team Desire jacket. The hood of the jacket covers her head, and the pink embroidered “PRINCESS” stands out against the rest of her outfit. Gigi walks to the top of the stage and stops. She gets down on her knees and listens to the fans. Gigi raises her head removing the hoodie and cups her hands over her mouth letting out her own Goddess Scream and that signals to Katie Steward that it’s her time to enter the scene. Katie steps out from behind the curtain and joins Gigi on stage. Her long flowing pink ring jacket hugs her slim frame and the white boa feathers circle around and frames her gorgeous face. Katie stands on the center of the stage smiling and poses for the crowd as her tiara sparkles and glitters like gold from the spotlights. Katie walks over to Gigi who stands up on her feet. The Steward girls continue to make their way towards the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall for TV time remaining and is your main event of the evening. On their way to the ring, they are both from Los Angeles, California, they are The Demigoddess Gigi Steward and the Goddess of Desire, Katie Steward!”

When they get to the bottom of the ramp and go their separate ways. Gigi walks around the ring. Katie pulls herself up on the apron and as she stands up she flips her hair long blonde back. Her tiara of course stays perfectly on her head as she slides between the top and middle ropes and she joins Gigi in the middle of the ring. They simultaneously take off their coats and tiara and hands them over to the official at ringside, then they proceed to warm up getting ready for their match. The crowd boos.

Sharper: “Katie Steward and Gigi Steward, Team Desire, about to compete tonight in our main event against Crissy Gardner and Sam Raine. It all started when Sam Raine called Katie out for her attitude and the Stewards took it poorly.”

Winters: “You don’t mess with the Stewards…and don’t ever criticize them. Ever!”

“Uncomfortable” by Halestorm starts to play and the crowd cheers a bit. A few moments pass before we see spotlights shine to the entrance way where Sam Raine and Crissy Gardner step out and look down at the ring. The crowd roars.

Phillips: “Their opponents, first, from New York City, New York, she is the Serial Thrilla, Crissy Gardner and her partner, Toronto’s Own…”

The crowd cheers.

Phillips: “The Rogue Element, Sam Raine!”

The crowd cheers some more as Sam Raine and Crissy Gardner turn to one another and nod before starting to head down the rampway to the ring. They walk over to the squared circle and Sam walks around before hopping onto the apron. She looks in as Crissy pulls herself up onto the apron. Crissy goes to the corner as Sam steps into the ring. Crissy poses a bit as Sam watches the Stewards. Crissy hops onto the ring and steps back to the corner. Katie and Gigi just glare at them.

Sharper: “Crissy Gardner ready and Sam Raine about to compete in her hometown.”

Winters: “A lot of pressure. But also, you’re facing Katie and she knows a lot about adding to the pressure.”

Sharper: “Should be a heck of a tag match here. Two teams that have shown in the past, whether here in SCW or elsewhere, they are capable of competing at the highest level. We’ll see who can step up tonight.”

The bell sounds as Katie steps into the ring and says something to Gigi. Crissy steps out as Sam Raine looks at Gigi. The crowd roars and the two watch one another and go for a lock up, but Gigi drops down to a knee and forearms Sam in the ribs. Gigi gets up and forearms her again and runs her into the corner. Sam turns and Gigi chops her. The crowd woos. She chops her again. More woos. She grabs Sam and goes to whip her across. Sam spins through and sends Gigi in. Gigi hits the corner and steps out and Sam runs at her and clotheslines her down, getting a roar from the crowd. Gigi rolls over and gets up and Sam walks over and kicks her in the ribs. She grabs the arm and wrenches it before dragging Gigi over and tagging in Crissy. Crissy enters and then the two push Gigi out and whip her into the ropes. She bounces off and Crissy and Sam hit a double dropkick. The crowd cheers again.

Sharper: “Crissy and Sam with the nice dual dropkick.”

Winters: “Hey…where’s TJ?”

Sharper: “I don’t know, but I’m almost happy he’s not here.”

Winters: “Come on! He was part of the first Rise to Greatness!”

Crissy gets up as Gigi stirs. Sam exits and Crissy pulls Gigi up and forearms her in the jaw. She then scoops her up and slams her down. She goes for the pin.

Gigi kicks out. Gigi turns and Crissy gets up. Gigi pulls herself up and Crissy forearms her in the jaw. Gigi falls to the ropes. Crissy grabs her and fires her across. Gigi bounces off and Crissy goes for a clothesline. Gigi ducks and bounces off the other side. Crissy hits a back elbow. Gigi staggers back. Crissy walks over to her and Gigi drops down and grabs her by the tights and pulls her through the ropes. Crissy spins through and lands on the floor. Gigi rolls over and Crissy turns and gets up. (1) She rolls back in. She gets up and heads after Gigi as she goes for Katie. Katie warns her and Gigi turns and hits a jawbreaker. Crissy falls back. Gigi turns and tags in Katie. Katie enters as the crowd boos. Crissy gets up and Katie nails her with a dropkick.

Sharper: “And Katie Steward enters the match with a dropkick, taking down Crissy Gardner.”

Winters: “Good job by Katie to warn Gigi too. Looks like she’s not entirely selfish.”

Katie turns and grabs Crissy. Katie hooks her head and hits a vertical suplex. She turns and goes for the pin.

Crissy kicks out. Crissy rolls over and Katie gets up and hits an elbow drop. She gets up and hits another elbow drop. Crissy rolls over. Katie gets up and turns to Sam.

Katie: “I do whatever I want. That’s something I’ve earned!”

Sam: “Oh?”

Sam steps in and the crowd roars. Katie backs up and turns to Crissy. She grabs her and points to Sam. Sam exits slowly and Katie grabs Crissy and runs her into the corner. Crissy turns and Katie tags in Gigi. Gigi enters and Katie and Gigi look at one another before starting to both stomp away to the ribs of Crissy. The crowd boos as Crissy drops down to a seated position, taking shot after shot. The referee calls for the break. Katie backs up and exits.

Sharper: “Katie and Gigi showing that mean streak, or should I say, what happens when you besmirch them.”

Winters: “Sam was ready to do just that a bit ago.”

Gigi then backs up as Crissy reaches up and grabs at her. Gigi nails her with a forearm, knocking her back down. Crissy turns and Gigi pulls her up by the hair. She then hoists her up and hits a back suplex. She goes for the pin.

Crissy kicks out. Sam looks on as Gigi turns and grabs her. She pulls Crissy up and looks around. She then scoops her up and slams her down. Gigi turns and goes to the neutral corner. She climbs up to the top rope. She glances back and goes for a corkscrew moonsault, but Crissy moves out of the way. The crowd roars. Gigi rolls over, holding her back. She gets up and Crissy grabs her by the throat, hoists Gigi up and drops her with a two-handed chokeslam. The crowd ohs. Crissy then turns and backs over to Sam and tags her in. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Crissy gets to Sam. In her hometown, she’s back in the match!”

Winters: “And she wants to get to Katie!”

Sam climbs up to the top rope. Gigi starts to get up and Sam dives off and hits a top rope crossbody.

Gigi kicks out and Sam rolls through. Katie hops down and backs up as Sam turns and goes to Gigi as she gets up and dropkicks her down again. Gigi rolls over and gets up in the corner. Sam moves over to her and hits a shoot kick in the corner and then again throwing her down. Gigi starts to get up and Sam backs up before turning to her and hitting the Halestorm. The crowd ohs and Gigi hits the mat. Sam goes for the pin.

Katie pulls her off. Sam turns and rolls over towards her and Katie rolls out of the ring. Sam reaches out for her, but Katie jukes back. Sam then backs up and turns around to grab Gigi, but Gigi suddenly rakes her eyes. The crowd boos. Sam turns around and Gigi jumps up and hits a backcracker. The crowd ohs and Sam grimaces in pain. Gigi then rolls over as Katie tags in. Katie enters as the crowd boos some more.

Sharper: “And Katie now entering with Gigi hitting the backcracker! Of course that’s how she’d get in.”

Winters: “Well, Sam wanted Katie. She’s getting her, just on Katie’s terms!”

Katie grabs Sam and pulls her up before scoop slamming her down. She then stomps her in the face and then again and again. The crowd boos and Katie steps forward and mocks the crowd. She then turns and nails Crissy with a cheap shot. Crissy nearly falls off and then goes to enter the ring, but Katie backs off. The referee stops her and as Sam uses the ropes to get up and Gigi hits a dropkick to the side of the head and Sam rolls over. Katie dives onto her for the pin. The referee turns back.

Sam kicks out. Katie grabs her and pulls her up. She then whips her into the corner. Katie runs after and clotheslines her in the chest. She throws her down and Katie smirks before climbing up to the top rope. She glances back and hits a praying moonsault. She goes for the pin.

Sam shoots her shoulder up. Crissy cheers her on. Katie turns and looks at her and looks around before letting out a Goddess Scream. Crissy turns away.

Winters: “There we go. She’s now even more pissed off!”

Sharper: “And our ear drums less pleased by it. Crissy is trying to will Sam Raine on as Sam Raine is trying to keep fighting here!”

Katie then grabs Sam and pulls her up. She then hooks her head. She looks around before going for the hair-flip DDT, but Sam spins out and pulls Katie in with a short-arm clothesline. The crowd roars. Sam then steps forward as Katie starts to get up and Sam nails her with a hard kick to the ribs and then a kick to the leg and then hits a spinning back kick to the ribs. Katie bends over and Sam grabs her and hits a snap DDT. The crowd roars. Sam gets up as Gigi enters the ring and runs at Sam and Sam steps back and pulls on the top rope and Gigi goes up and over the top rope. She rolls over in front of the rampway. She turns around and Crissy dives off and hits a Lou Thesz press take down. The crowd ohs. Sam turns and Katie starts to get up and Sam runs at her and clotheslines her down.

Sharper: “Sam going after Katie as Gigi misses and Crissy Gardner takes her down!”

Winters: “This is all going bad for the Stewards!”

Katie rolls over and gets up and Sam runs at her and clotheslines her down again. Katie starts to get up and Sam jumps up and takes her over with a hurricanrana into a pin.

Katie kicks out. She rolls over as Sam starts to get up. She looks around before turning and grabbing Katie. She starts to lift her up. Crissy grabs Gigi and slowly pulls her up when we see TJ Johnson running out from the back and jumping onto Crissy, knocking her down and face first into the apron. Crissy falls back and rolls over. TJ looks around and backs away, pulling Gigi away. Sam throws Katie down and TJ backs up. He looks around as the crowd boos.

Sharper: “There’s TJ! Waiting in the back for a moment to save Katie! While the official was focusing on Sam and Katie!”

Winters: “Got Crissy down, but Sam’s the problem!”

Katie looks over at Sam as Sam looks at TJ at the ropes before telling him to get into the ring. TJ shakes his head and Sam then goes to reach through, but Katie grabs her from behind, pulls her back by the arms and twists her over before driving her down into the mat with the Platinum Blonde. The crowd ohs and boos. Katie turns and hooks the leg.

The crowd boos and Katie rolls off. She smiles as TJ throws his arms up. He rolls into the ring, ignoring Gigi now. Katie slowly stirs as TJ walks over and raises her arm.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Katie Steward and Gigi Steward, Team Desire!”

Sharper: “Katie Steward wins it after the distraction on the floor.”

Winters: “On the fifteenth Rise to Greatness weekend, Katie Steward stands tall! I can’t think of a better way to sign off!”

Sharper: “She is a Hall of Famer. She’s one of the most decorated…but she may be better than this.”

Winters: “She’s a winner.”

Sharper: “Only barely and only with a big assist. That’s all from us tonight. We’ll see you in mere moments for the SCW Hall of Fame ceremony! And Rise to Greatness tomorrow evening! For Shawn Winters, I’m Adam Sharper…good night everyone.”

Katie Steward continues to celebrate in the ring with TJ Johnson as the crowd boos. Katie just smiles and waves at the crowd, pretending they’re cheering her as the scene slowly fades to black…
