MAIN SHOW:
The FBI warning screen comes up on the screen for a
few moments as the anticipation builds.
“Supreme Championship Wrestling...”
A shot of Syren holding the SCW Women’s Championship, followed by a shot
of CHBK hitting a Bittersweet Ending on one individual, before turning a shot
of Jason Zero hitting a spear on Brian Kinney from Rise to Greatness a few
years ago, before turning into a shot of Jake Starr hitting the Shooting Five
Star on James Exeter.
“The leading force in sports and entertainment today....”
The SCW logo then appears on the screen before evaporating into smoke
and the scene fades to black.
We see a shot of an electric chair,
in an empty damp room. Darkly lit, the chair just sits there as the camera
slowly circles around it.
“Once it clicks....it’s all over.”
We then shift to a shot of Greg
Cherry hitting Shilo Valiant with the Keystone State of Mind, before seeing him
drop Shawn Winters with the Cherry Pit, before showing shots of Greg Cherry
hitting the Cherry Pit on various individuals. This is followed by a shot of
David Helms hitting Greg Cherry with the New Jersey Neckbreaker, before showing
him hitting it on Jake Starr and Christian Savior among others.
“Once that decision is made....it
takes a miracle to change it.”
We then see Christy Matthews standing
in the ring, holding her arm in the air, showing scars on it. We then see Shawn
Winters stumbling out from the back, mocking Christy Matthews with fake blood
coming down his arms. We then see a shot of Shawn Winters attacking Christy
Matthews backstage, busting her open inside one of the gated storage areas.
We then cut back to a shot of the
electric chair before showing a couple of switches being turned on as the sound
of the chair charging is heard.
“Tonight....One woman looks to move
past a decision, a decision that has been mocked by Shawn Winters.”
We see shots of Christy Matthews
walking to the ring through the crowd, before showing her attacking Shawn
Winters and nailing him with several hard rights as they had up the rampway.
This is followed up with a shot of Shawn Winters posing and smirking, before
showing him nailing Greg Cherry with the Graven Image and then cutting to a
shot of Christy Matthews hitting David Helms with the Happily (N)ever After as
the voice over continues.
“Christy Matthews
looks to show to Shawn Winters that one can move past one’s defeats and
weaknesses and make him regret his decision to mock and disrespect the troubles
of others. Shawn Winters looks to remove an obstacle in his way to re-entering
the SCW World Championship rankings.”
We then see a shot of David Helms
holding the SCW World Championship before showing Greg Cherry, in silhouette,
sitting backstage, looking down at his hands. He then slowly looks up as the
voiceover returns.
“Greg Cherry looks to turn his
fortunes around after a poor decision to gain himself momentum led to a
horrible defeat and loss. Now, tonight, he faces the World Champion, David
Helms, looking to become a four-time World Champion and in the process undo his
painful decision, reuniting this family with him.”
We then see shots of Greg Cherry
posing in the ring as the crowd poses with him, before showing a shot of Greg
Cherry clotheslining Shawn Winters down before rolling off of Shilo Valiant.
“But as he hopes to accomplish this,
David Helms stands in his way, not out of malice, but competition, a fighting
champion, taking on all comers and looking to do something no other champion
has accomplished, successfully defending the World Championship on two
consecutive nights.”
As the voice over continues, we see
shots of David Helms posing with the World Championship, before showing him
diving down on top of Christy Matthews and then showing him nailing someone
with the Nightmare on Helms Street.
“But they all think about the
decisions they have made to come to this point....decisions that for better or
worse....can only be undone in principle, but not in practice. But should they
fail....”
We then see the electric chair again
before showing the switch for the chair. A hand comes up and pulls it down,
leading to darkness.
“Thunderstruck” by AC/DC starts to play. A few moments pass before we then see a
computerized image of a man being dragged into a dark room before seeing them
in silhouette throw the man into the chair. The cap is placed on his head
before we see the switch turned and the Riding the Lightning: Night One logo
comes up on the screen.
“And now....Supreme Championship Wrestling
presents....Riding the Lightning: Night One!”
We stay on the logo for a moment before we cut to a
live shot of the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California. The crowd rises to their
feet cheering as pyro starts to shoot out of the entrance way and down the
rampway. Sparks fly from around the big screen before more pyro shoots from the
stage. A few more shots are shot off before spotlights start to circle the
arena. The crowd
continues to cheer and the cameras start to pan the crowd,
showing them cheering and waving their banners in the air.
Sharper: “Welcome everyone to Southern California
on this Saturday evening for Night One of Riding the Lightning!”
The crowd continues to cheer as the cameras get a
few more shots of the crowd before going to ringside and Adam Sharper and
Donovan Kayl at the announce table.
Sharper: “Hello again, I’m Adam Sharper alongside
Donovan Kayl and tonight, a huge World Championship match with a lot on the line.
Greg Cherry will look to win his fourth World Champion and in the process undo
a decision he made at Gang Rulz.”
Kayl: “That decision was that he would not see his
wife or kid until he won the World Championship again. That’s how bad he wanted
it. He took on Shilo Valiant at Retribution. Beat him. Well, he now needs to
get through David Helms.”
Sharper: “Let’s not forget that the winner will
face Shilo Valiant tomorrow night on Night Two. The loser faces Lucas Knight
and Masquerade with something big on the line. But that’s not all for tonight,
Christy Matthews and Shawn Winters will finally go at it one on one.”
Kayl: “Yeah and we’re still waiting to see about
the First Blood stipulation. We have nothing confirmed yet, but we expect to
hear from the SCW Owner at some point tonight to clarify that!”
Sharper: “Along with that, Saber and Dillusion will
finally meet in that ring, no holds barred. Along with that, the SCW
Underground Championship will be on the line. So will the Women’s Championship
later tonight. CHBK faces Alex Desoubrais Jr. in a ten minute challenge. So
much to come tonight, but first, we kick things off with the stars of the
Adrenaline division as six men look to battle for a shot against the Adrenaline
Champion, Warren James tomorrow night!”
Shaun Cruze vs. Juan Ramriez vs. Ryan Watson vs. Andrew Samuel Pugh vs.
Corey Douglas vs. El Taquito Magico
Winner receives a SCW Adrenaline Championship shot on Night Two
We cut to the ring where we see Jason Phillips
standing by with a microphone in hand. “Thunderstruck” is playing around the
arena and the crowd begin to cheer as he steps toward and raises the microphone
to his lips and the music fades.
Phillips: “Ladies and gentlemen the opening match is scheduled for one fall and
is Four-Corners rules. It is your Adrenaline Showcase match for the number
contendership to the SCW Adrenaline Championship.”
Oh ... Hey
Oh ... Hey
Oh ... Hey
Hey...
Hey.....
The arena goes nuts as to the entrance theme starting up. The gold spotlights
aim high in the arena as they wave back and forth. The opening anthem finishes
as Ramirez pops out from behind the curtains, sporting his usual attire of his
black, sleeveless shirt with his native flag on the back. The crowd gives their
opinions in the front row. Ramirez struts his
‘swagger’ down the entrance ramp before standing in the middle of it, with both
hands going up in the air.
Phillips: “Introducing first, from Harlem, New York, weighing two hundred and
twenty one pounds, he is “The Golden Boy”, this is JUAN RAMIREZ!”
Walking and talking his way into the ring, he jumps up atop the second
turnbuckle before posing with his fists that are covered in white tape. Hopping
down and standing into the center of the ring. The spotlight stays on him as he
flaunts his ‘flashy’ jewellery towards the fans before taking it off. He
commits to ‘shadow-boxing’ as he awaits his opponent.
Sharper: “Juan Ramirez, exciting competitor and the fans definitely telling us
how they feel tonight. He seems to have a lot of fans here but not everybody
here tonight is showing their support.”
Kayl: “He’s got a shot at going all the way though and he knows it. These kinds
of opportunities don’t come along often and when you’ve got a nickname like
“The Golden Boy” you need to show the fans why you’re called that.”
All of the lights (all of the lights)
The arena flash red, blue, green and yellow strobe lights as ASP's music blast
through the PA system.
Turn up the lights in here baby
Extra bright, I want y'all to see this
Turn up the lights in here, baby
You know what I need
Want you to see everything
Want you to see all of the lights
ASP soon emerges from the curtains and walks on to the ramp, receiving decent
heel heat from the fans. ASP is sporting his new t-shirt, which is a white shirt
with a picture of Downtown Cleveland in the background and in the middle is the
Superman S logo and below that symbol in red says Supremacist. Of course he's
sporting his trademark shades. He slowly stares at the crowd before raising his
arms. He takes his time walking down the ramp, seeming in no rush. ASP is also
sporting a focused expression on his face while walking to the apron. He stops
close to the ring, then began walking to the right
side. He makes his way to the apron. He stops and turns to the crowd and
watches them berate him and curse him out. He simply turns around and ascends
the turnbuckle.
Phillips: “Introducing next, from Cleveland, Ohio, weighing at two hundred
forty pounds, he is “The Supremacist”, this is Andrew Samuel Pugh!”
The fans jeer as ASP descends the turnbuckle and stares at the crowd before
throwing his arms up. ASP soon runs through rope by rope, warming up for this
match. He then takes off his shirt and throws it outside before walking to a
nearby corner, where he proceeds to sit with his shades still on.
Kayl: “And here’s a man who’s not popular at all tonight in San Jose, or in the
locker room, or on tour, or on Twitter... he’s just a man without many
friends.”
Sharper: “And you’re having fun reminding everybody of that, aren’t you? Andrew
Samuel Pugh has made big promises about his career, tonight we see if he can
deliver.”
The arena lights cut completely as a white spot light begins to circle the
audience. A countdown like at the start of an old film reel begins to counting
down from 10 to Zero as “Shut The F**k Up” by the
Brides of Destruction hits the PA system. As the countdown reaches zero, the
word “Fame” appears on the big screens before being cross out and replaced with
“Infamy”. As the music kicks into full gear, pyrotechnics explode from above
the stage area, showering it with blue sparks and smoke begins to roll out
along the ramp. The crowd begin to boo wildly as Ryan Watson walks out onto the
stage area decked out in his ring gear. Watson looks out into the crowd with an
extremely smug look on his face as he soaks in the boo’s
and jeers before throwing one arm up into the air. Nodding, he drops the arm
before starting his confident strut to the ring.
Phillips: “And now introducing, making his way to the ring from the Steel City
of Sheffield, England, he weighs in at two hundred fifteen pounds and fights
out of Los Angeles California… this is RYAN WATSON!”
Another chorus of boos echo around the arena as Watson reaches the ring,
hopping up onto the apron and staring out into the crowd, the smug grin still
on his face as he basks in the reaction from the crowd. Eventually, he enters
the ring by the middle rope before pacing around several times. After pulling
on the ropes on opposite sides of the ring, he stands in the dead centre of the
squared circle before throwing his arm up one more time, receiving a deafening
boo from the crowd as he waits for the start of the match.
Kayl: “And here’s a man who apparently beat down Andrew Samuel Pugh last night
at his hotel. These two already have problems going in to this one.”
Sharper: “Where the hell did you read that? Have you been watching the dirt
sheets again?”
Kayl: “Hell no, I actually read all about it on Twitter.”
Sharper: “Right and you believe everything you read on Twitter? I don’t think I
even want to know what happened, I’ll just take your
word for it all.”
"This Is Now" hits the PA system and out comes Corey Douglas with his
finance, Bridgette Burns, to a crowd full of negativity. Corey stands at the top
of the ramp smiling, absorbing all the boos from the
crowd. After a few moments he drops to his knees and spreads his arms out like
a cross, Bridgette stands by Corey's side, and pyro shoots off behind them.
Once the pyro is done and jumps up and starts to make his way down the ramp
with an arrogant smile, and a cocky walk. He finally slides in the ring and
goes to the middle of the ring, drops to his knees again and spreads his arm
like cross.
Phillips: “And introducing next, from New York City, weighing two hundred and
twenty pounds, this is COREY DOUGLAS!”
Sharper: “Corey Douglas out next, who hasn’t had the best of careers so far in
Supreme Championship Wrestling but a win here could
change all of that.”
Kayl: “A win tonight puts him against Warren James tomorrow night but I won’t
be placing bets on this kid, I checked the odds of him winning tonight and
let’s just say they were long to save his feelings.”
A spotlight shines at the top of the entrance ramp and a remix of "Can't
Touch This" begins to blast over the PA system as Tooty Fruity comes
walking out, smiling, and very energetic. He slaps some fans hands, then makes a mad dash down the ramp then into the ring.
Tooty Fruity then goes to a random rope and poses to the fans by leaning out
and saying that he's number one. He jumps down from the middle rope and starts
to run around the ring.
Phillips: “And now introducing, from Mexico City, Mexico, weighing two hundred
sixty pounds this is EL TAQUITO MAGICO!”
Kayl: “Hey, I’m actually quite impressed that Jason Phillips can say the guy’s
name so well, hopefully we don’t get complains from Mexicans over the
pronunciation.”
Sharper: “I think he’s been practicing his Mexican accent and his Spanish ahead
of having to introduce him again.”
The video screen cranks into life, the opening rifts of ‘You Know My Name’
hitting over the sound system. The fans get to their feet in a huge wave of
noise, from the tops of the arena all the way down to ringside
If you take a life
Do you know what you'll give?
Odds are you won't like what it Is.
When the storm arrives
Would you be seen with me?
By the merciless eyes I've deceived
Shaun appears at the top of the ramp, and looks out over the crowd, lifting his
hands and clapping those that cheer for him at the tops of their voices. Pyro
explodes from the ramp to the roof tops, the noise almost taking the ceiling
off the place. He points at his tee shirt which states NOW 100% SCW, which gets
another major pop from the crowd. He nods his head, and begins the walk down
the ramp way, high fiving the appreciative fans at ringside and signing a few
autographs as the noise never quietens. He slides under the bottom rope and
into the ring, spinning around and then stopping in the centre, raising his
arms aloft and pointing at the ceiling as pyro now explodes from the
turnbuckles.
Phillips: “And finally, introducing from London, England, weighing two hundred
and twenty five pounds, this is SHAUN CRUZE!”
He walks to the first turnbuckle and climbs it, lifting one first in the air,
before then smashing it into his chest. He jumps down and goes to a second
turnbuckle, repeating the movement. After climbing a third and then the forth,
he stands there on the second rope for a while, before bouncing on the strand
and back flipping into the middle of the ring, and stands there, smile on his
face, looking out at the sea of faces that chant his name. As his music end he
shakes the hand of the referee, his eyes now finally meeting those of his
opponents. All six men get in to the ring and Cruze seems to be starting off,
and ASP shoves Watson aside and tells him that he’ll start the match. The
referee shrugs and calls for the bell as Watson leaves the ring and ASP charges
at Cruze and Cruze ducks the attempted shot, nailing him with a spinning
forearm that drops him to the mat as the crowd cheer.
Sharper: “Well, not the best of starts here for ASP and he was confident enough
to get in to the ring first. He’s been talking big for a while in SCW and is
proud of his history in the company, despite the fact that many people argue he
hasn’t been delivering when it mattered.”
Kayl: “He’s proud of his history? The guy started a group who lost more than
they won and then all left him alone. Generation Supreme was lacking ‘supreme’
in the worst possible way and now he’s back still claiming to be a Supremacist.
Good luck with that.”
ASP quickly pops back to his feet and goes on the attack, going straight after
Cruze and nailing him with a right hand. Cruze fires back with one of his own and ASP replies with another. The crowd cheer as
Cruze nails another right hand, followed by another, but ASP nails a kick to
the gut that cuts him off and gets the crowd booing loudly. ASP begins to
unleash right after right after right, knocking Cruze back against the ropes.
He unloads with more rights before delivering several kicks to the midsection
against the ropes. The referee starts counting and gets to four before ASP
finally breaks off the offence. Watson says something to him and ASP flips him
off before going back after Cruze again, grabbing him by the arm and whipping
him across the ring. ASP ducks his head looking for a back body drop but Cruze
catches him with a neckbreaker and the crowd cheer wildly. Cruze quickly hooks
the leg.
1...
2...
Juan Ramirez hits the ring to break up the pin, shaking his head and telling
Cruze it won’t be that easy. The referee demands Ramirez leave the ring as the
crowd start getting behind Cruze. ASP gets back to his feet and Cruze quickly
grabs him and goes for a crossface but ASP pushes him off, rolling across the
ring and tagging in Corey Douglas before rolling out of the ring.
Sharper: “This crowd really getting behind Shaun Cruze tonight and ASP finding
out just how dangerous he really is. There’s no doubt that Shaun Cruze has
major pedigree going in to this one, the final IWC World Heavyweight Champion
would love to add SCW Adrenaline Champion to his resume.”
Kayl: “Yeah but this isn’t IWC, this is SCW and as impressive as Shaun Cruze
has been so far he still hasn’t proved himself at the highest level. He wins
tonight though and maybe he’ll go a long way to doing that, but then whoever
wins tonight still has to deal with Warren James and that won’t be easy.”
Douglas hits the ring and goes straight after Cruze, dropping him with a
clothesline but Cruze isn’t down long. He quickly gets back to his feet and
Douglas whips him across the ring, leaping up and nailing a leg lariat. The
crowd boo and Cruze rolls to the ropes. Douglas goes after him, grabbing him
and pulling him back to his feet before attempting to whip him to the corner
but Cruze counters and sends Douglas crashing in to his own corner before ASP
can recover enough to get back on the apron. Cruze grabs him as he bounces off
the turnbuckles and whips him over with a German suplex. The crowd cheer and
Cruze struggles back to his feet, as does Douglas. Bridgette Burns cheers her
man on from ringside and Douglas comes charging at Cruze who grabs him and
throws him overhead in a release belly-to-belly suplex. Douglas crashes in to
the turnbuckles, accidentally kicking Ryan Watson in the face as he does so.
Cruze gets back to his feet and Ramirez makes the blind tag on him, rushing
across the ring and quickly hooking the leg of Douglas.
1...
2...
Watson pulls Ramirez out of the ring to break up the pin and nails him with a
right hand on the outside. He leaps up on the apron and tags himself in off of
the downed Corey Douglas before dropping back down again and grabbing Ramirez,
smashing his face in to the apron before rolling him in to the ring. The fans
boo the prodigy of Lucas Knight but Watson doesn’t seem to care as he gets in
to the ring as well.
Sharper: “Action quick and fast here and this match presents
all kinds of problems to the wrestlers. You just saw it there, Ramirez making
the blind tag on Shaun Cruze before Watson making the tag on the downed Corey
Douglas. You can’t get too close to any of the corners or you could find
yourself on the outside looking in.”
Kayl: “That’s not necessarily a bad place to be this early on. You can stand
aside and let the others beat each other down and then you make the tag later
on and you go for the win.”
Sharper: “Right, but you can’t win while standing on the apron and every man in
this match wants to move on to tomorrow night.”
We cut to the backstage area briefly where we see Warren James with the SCW
Adrenaline Championship on his shoulder watching the monitors. Back in the ring
and Watson get in the ring after Ramirez. Watson grabs the arm of Ramirez and
wrenches it before dropping him to the mat with a punch to the side of the
head. The referee warns him about the closed fist but Watson waves him off,
pulling Ramirez up and nailing a kick to the midsection before nailing him with
several more punches and whipping Ramirez to the ropes. He goes for a
clothesline but Ramirez ducks it and spins around, levelling Watson with a
jumping lariat of his own as the fans cheer. Ramirez waits for Watson to get to
his feet and stands in a back to back position, reaching back to pull the
Watson's head over his shoulder before spinning round to twist Watson's head
over as he drops down to one knee forcing Watson face-first into his exposed
knee in one quick fluid motion in the move he calls “Hello Brooklyn”. The fans
pop for the move as Watson rolls around holding his face. Ramirez runs the
ropes but El Taquito Magico makes the blind tag on him and Ramirez can’t
believe it. Magico leaps over the top rope and nails the recovering Watson with
a kick to the face before rushing over and knocking ASP off the apron and
slapping the top turnbuckle. He climbs up, looking for his favoured move, and
leaps off but Watson almost effortlessly rolls out of the way and Magico frog
splashes nothing.
Kayl: “HA! I don’t think Ryan Watson could believe that Magico went for
something like that this early. He almost casually rolled out of the way as
Magico nailed the Ultimate Burrito Splash on to nothing but canvas.”
Sharper: “Magico is still new to wrestling in the United States I think, and
I’m not entirely sure that he’s ‘all there’ considering who he’s friends with
in SCW, but that was definitely ill-advised. He just hurt himself and now
Watson has every chance to take advantage.”
Watson seizes the opportunity, stomping away on Magico’s midsection as the
Mexican desperately tries to cover up. The referee gets Watson to stop but he
doesn’t stop for long, pulling Magico to his feet and dropping him with a
gutbuster across the knee. He points at ASP as ASP gets back on to the apron
and tells him that that’s how it’s done before driving his knee in to the
midsection of Magico, furthering the damage to the ribs. Magico cries out in
pain and tries to reach out for a tag to Corey Douglas, who’s the closest man
to him, but he’s too far from the corner and the British star doesn’t let it
happen. Watson pulls him back to the center of the ring and drives a knee in to
the back before pulling on one of Magico’s legs and on his chin, bending him in
half around the knee and putting even more pressure on the ribs. ASP tries to
get in to the ring to get at Watson but the referee quickly cuts him off.
Douglas gets in to the ring and goes after Watson but Watson releases the hold
and cuts Douglas off, nailing him with a kick to the midsection and throwing
him between the ropes before quickly running the ropes and driving an elbow in
to the ribs of Magico.
Sharper: “That mistake has cost Magico big time in this match and now Ryan
Watson is just dismantling him. European trained and he knows what he’s doing
in that ring when it comes to working over an opponent and exposing an injury.”
Kayl: “That’s one thing I’ve always admired about the European style. Sure the
guys aren’t the quickest but they’re smart and they know how to exploit an
injury and that’s what Watson is proving right now, and the kid is still young.
He’s young, hungry and as much as I hate everything that he stands for with the
group he’s aligned with I can’t help but admire that about him.”
Watson pulls Magico to his feet and drills him with a European Uppercut,
sending him back in to the ropes. He then drills him with a kick to the ribs
before pulling him back to the center of the ring and setting up for a suplex,
only to switch the move up while he’s got Magico in the air and drop him ribs
first over his knees. Magico cries out in pain and holds his ribs again as
Watson leaps up and takes a bow, to the disgust of the fans in San Jose who boo
him loudly. Watson runs the ropes, springboarding off of them and dropping
another elbow to the exposed ribs before once again going for a bow and arrow
style submission hold. Magico frantically tries to do something to fight out of
it, catching Watson with an elbow as he lunges. Watson releases the hold and
Magico begins crawling across the ring to make the tag to Cruze. The fans cheer
as Magico gets closer but Watson charges across the ring and nails a running
forearm to Cruze, sending him off the apron before Magico can make the tag. The
crowd boos more. Watson pulls Magico up and goes for a tornado DDT but Magico
pushes him off, diving across the ring to make the tag to ASP. The crowd
actually cheers for a second before booing the much hated Supremacist but ASP
comes in fast, drilling Watson with a right before whipping him against the
ropes and throwing him up and over with a back body drop.
Sharper: “And ASP finally gets the tag. I think the crowd were excited Magico
tagged out, until they released who he’d tagged. Andrew Samuel Pugh doesn’t do
well to endear himself to ANYONE in the wrestling business, including his own
home town let alone San Jose.”
Kayl: “He thinks he’s better than everyone, that’s why. He’s had a recent run
of success as well which has undoubtedly gone to his head and increased that
ego even more. If he can get the win tonight we might need to widen the doors
tomorrow night to fit his inflated head through.”
ASP continues after Watson as Watson struggles up, grabbing him and taking him
down with a snapmare before kicking him in the face. He grabs the leg and tries
for a possible STF attempt but Watson rolls over and kicks him off. Watson gets
back to his feet and ASP nails him with a right hand, nailing a neckbreaker
before going to the corner that Magico has yet to occupy and climbing to the
top rope. He leaps off and drills a missile dropkick on Watson before leaping
up and celebrating. Corey Douglas hits the ring and ASP drops him with a
dropkick. Juan Ramirez comes in and ASP drops him as well. The crowd boos both
moves. ASP charges across the ring and nails Shaun Cruze with a running enziguiri
in the corner that the crowd boos even louder and begins to make a motion
around his waist signifying a championship belt. He grabs the legs of Watson to
go for his Supremacy finisher but Watson kicks him off in to the ropes, leaping
up off his back in a quick incredible show of agility and snapping off a head
scissors on ASP that sends him in to the ropes. ASP bounces back and Watson
grabs him with a Northern Lights Suplex, bridging for the pin...
1...
2...
Both Corey Douglas and Juan Ramirez hit the ring at the same time and both
hammer Watson with bows to the midsection to break up the pin, which the crowd
cheers.
Kayl: “Douglas and Ramirez stopping Watson pinning ASP and let me tell you
folks it’s not because either of these guys have love or hate for either guy in
the ring, this is one fall to a finish and neither guy wants to just stand
aside and lose this match.”
Sharper: “We saw the Adrenaline Champion is watching on in the back, you can
bet that SCW management are watching this match as well. This is a showcase
match for everything that these young talents can do, a victory here gets the
winner a shot at the Adrenaline Championship but who knows, winning this kind
of match might make a lasting impression on SCW management as well.”
Douglas goes after Watson, drilling him with right hands before driving him
back in to the corner. Meanwhile Ramirez does the same thing to ASP. Both men
look at each other, temporarily in sync, and nod their heads. They whip ASP and
Watson out of the corners and in to each other. Both men hit each other in the
middle of the ring and both Douglas and Ramirez have the same idea. Both men
grab their respective opponent and snap off German Suplexes, both with bridges.
The referee slides in between the two pins and looks at which one to count,
then tries to count them both.
1...
2...
Both Watson and ASP kick out simultaneously and the crowd cheers for the double
pin attempt. Ramirez and Douglas are still working in unison though as they
both get back to their feet and both pull up their respective opponents,
whipping them to opposite sides of the ring and both ducking their heads but
both ASP and Watson have the same idea and both grab their opponents and nail
DDTs in the middle of the ring. The fans cheer again. Cruze leaps up on to the
apron and makes a tag off of Watson while all four men are down. He pulls
Watson to his feet signals to the crowd before dropping Watson with a modified
Ace Crusher and going for the pin.
1...
2...
Sharper: “Watson kicks out! The referee has lost control of this match for
sure; he’s just counting every pin attempt and enjoying it as much as the rest
of us.”
Kayl: “Well it’s got a fast pace to it and honestly I can’t remember who was
legal anyway. I think it was Watson and ASP, so that means its Cruze and ASP.”
Watson rolls out of the ring and Cruze quickly moves on, grabbing Corey Douglas
and pulling him to his feet. He nails him with a flurry of kicks and punches
before dropping him with a superkick to the chest and going for a pin.
1...
2...
Sharper: “And Douglas kicks out this time! Cruze moving on to Douglas after
Watson kicked out, a few short moves and another quick pin attempt, keeping the
pace in this match.”
Kayl: “Well this is what the Adrenaline division is meant to be all about. It’s
meant to be fast paced, Adrenaline-pumping action and that’s what these men are
delivering.”
Douglas rolls toward the ropes and drops to the floor as well on the opposite
side to Watson and Cruze quickly moves on again. Ramirez is
almost back to his feet and Cruze grabs him, nailing him with a few shots to
the midsection before grabbing a front facelock and suplexing him over, holding
on to the move. He pulls him up and lifts him up again, this time
dropping him with a slightly modified brainbuster but still holding on to the
front facelock, pulling him up differently and drilling a DDT.
The crowd cheer the combination and cheer the ensuing pin attempt.
1...
2...
Sharper: “And now Ramirez kicks out! That’s three quick pin attempts on three
different men and Shaun Cruze is absolutely on fire right here, doing
everything he can to win this match.”
Kayl: “Like you said, the referee has lost control of this one and is counting
every attempted pin whether the man is legal or not. It might not be a regular
decision but it’s making this match incredibly exciting!”
Ramirez holds his head after kicking out and rolls to the ropes as ASP gets
back to his feet and Cruze goes after him finally. Cruze whips him across the
ring to the corner before charging in with a splash in the corner that the
crowd cheer. He nails a chop across the chest to a “woo” from the crowd
dropping ASP with a Shining Wizard and heading for the top. The crowd cheers
and get to their feet in anticipation as Cruze goes high risk, coming off the
top rope and nailing a 450 twisting splash from the top.
Sharper: “DECIMATION ON ASP!! THIS ONE IS DONE!!”
Kayl: “We’ve seen Cruze win matches with that already, is he heading to face
Warren James tomorrow night?”
The referee slides in to position as Cruze hooks both legs.

Watson pulls the referee out of the ring to prevent the three count and the
fans boo wildly.
Sharper: “DAMMIT! Ryan Watson preventing the three count
in the cheapest possible way and I think everybody in this building thought
that Shaun Cruze was headed to the Adrenaline Championship match tomorrow
night.”
Kayl: “That would have been a hell of a match, it might still be, but Ryan
Watson just said to Shaun Cruze that if it’s going to be Cruze against James
tomorrow night then it’s not happening that way and it’s not happening yet.”
The referee yells at Watson as Cruze looks around in disbelief that he didn’t
get the three count. Cruze gets back to his feet and
challenges Watson to get back in to the ring but from behind Ramirez nails him
in the back of the head. The crowd are mixed in the reaction. Ramirez grabs ASP
by the leg and drags him to the corner, waiting for the referee to get back in
to the ring before making the tag on ASP to tag himself in and going after
Cruze. He whips Cruze to the ropes, nailing him with a lariat takedown as he
rebounds before running the ropes and dropping the knee. On the outside of the
ring Corey Douglas struggles back on to the apron and Watson climbs back up as
well but ASP and Magico remain down on the outside. Ramirez waits for Cruze to
get back to his feet before delivering a series of jabs to the face and
attempting to follow it with a spinning back fist but Cruze blocks it, grabbing
Ramirez by the arm and then throwing him overhead with a modified suplex. The
crowd cheers again.
Kayl: “Smart move by Ramirez there. Cruze took everybody out of the match, the
referee had time to figure out exactly who was legal so Ramirez making
absolutely sure he saw the tag. I don’t think it would have made much of a
difference, but it’s better safe than sorry.”
Sharper: “But now the question is how much do any of these men have left? ASP
is down, Magico is still favouring his ribs out right in front of us, Douglas
looks out on his feet, Watson looks hurt as well and Ramirez and Cruze both
down in the ring.”
Cruze pulls himself back up as does Ramirez. Cruze comes charging at Ramirez
who attempts to back body drop him to the outside but Cruze counters and lands
on the apron. Douglas comes running across and flattens him with a clothesline
on the apron. Ramirez then pulls Cruze back under the bottom rope and Douglas
holds out his hand for a tag but Ramirez refuses to make it. Ramirez attempts
to set Cruze up for the Silencer but as he goes for the first part of the
pumphandle Cruze counters out of it. Douglas hits the ring but Ramirez nails
him with a right hand. He pushes Douglas back in to the corner but Watson jumps
him from behind. He hooks up Ramirez and drops him with the move he calls the
Systematic Failure. The fans boo. The referee rushes over to get Watson to
leave the ring as Douglas makes the tag on Ramirez’s leg.
Kayl: “And another tag, and this time Corey Douglas is the legal man and Ryan
Watson isn’t happy about it.”
Sharper: “Shaun Cruze recovering in the corner and Corey Douglas is looking to
take advantage while he can. Meanwhile ASP is back up on the apron as well.”
Douglas in the ring charges at Cruze but Cruze moves and Douglas hits the
turnbuckles. He staggers back and Shaun Cruze leaps to the top rope, flying off
and drilling Douglas with the Iconic Tribute. The fans cheer wildly. Watson is
back in to the ring in moments though and catches Cruze from behind, grabbing
both arms and driving him down to the mat with a double-underhook facebuster
that he calls Insubordination Rules. ASP hits the ring and goes right after
Watson. He nails Watson with a shot to the midsection and attempts to set him
up for the Good Night Driver but Ramirez takes advantage and nails ASP. The
fans cheer. Ramirez whips ASP to the ropes but ASP holds on. Ramirez charges at
the ropes, clotheslining ASP up and over and going up and over as well. Watson
climbs to the top rope and leaps off on top of both men on the outside. The
crowd pops a little and Magico finally gets back on to the apron. He looks at
the two men in the ring and then at the three men on the outside and begins to
climb to the top rope as well. He points up and leaps off the ropes, diving to
the outside and taking out ASP, Ramirez and Watson on the outside. The crowd
cheer wildly as we see in the ring Douglas and Cruze, the legal men, are still
down.
Kayl: “This is it for Corey Douglas, Shaun Cruze got taken out by Ryan Watson
and now all four men on the outside are down and Corey Douglas has his chance.
He’s slowly getting back to his feet and Shaun Cruze is still down.”
Sharper: “The referee trying to check on the four men on the outside but after
those two top rope moves the crowd are going wild. Magico took them all out but
he’s hurt himself, the injury to the ribs means he can’t get back up and
Douglas looks like he’s going up!”
Corey Douglas staggers to the turnbuckles and climbs up to the top rope. He
sees Cruze down and sets himself up for his 630 Splash. He leaps off the top
rope but Cruze rolls out of the way and Douglas smacks the mat and bounces back
to his feet from the impact, only to be nailed straight in the face with a
superkick from Cruze.
Sharper: “MORALITY!!! SHAUN CRUZE JUST TOOK HIS HEAD OFF!”
Cruze drops in to the cover as the referee slides in to position.

3!!!
Watson and Ramirez are both up on the apron and both make some kind of
desperate attempt to break up the pin but it’s too late and the referee calls
for the bell. “You Know My Name” by Chris Cornell hits the PA system and the
referee raises Cruze’s hand. On the monitors in the back we see Warren James
watching and nodding his head in approval.
Sharper: “And Shaun Cruze is going on to tomorrow night, Shaun Cruze will meet
Warren James for the SCW Adrenaline Championship and that one could be a
classic.”
Kayl: “You’ve got to say that every man gave everything they had in this one
but at the end of the day Shaun Cruze was able to get the job done. This is
what the Adrenaline Championship should be about though, all these men tonight
gave everything they had and left it all in the ring, so now the question has
to be asked what does Cruze have left for tomorrow? I guess we’ll find out.”
The scene opens up backstage outside of the locker
room of the SCW World Champion, David Helms and the crowd roars upon seeing
David Helms standing outside of his locker room with Jessica Winters standing
next to him.
Jessica: “Ladies and gentlemen, I am here with the
SCW World Champion, David Helms and before I get to your match later tonight,
there are some rumours surrounding some of your actions backstage on
Breakdown.”
David Helms just looks down and shakes his head.
Jessica: “These involved a confrontation between
David Helms and Ravyn Taylor. Care to comment on them?”
Helms just shakes his head.
Helms: “Jessica. I know you’re just doing your job.
But I’m going to respectfully ask that you don’t pry anymore. It happened. It’s
something I’m not proud of and that’s that. Ravyn Taylor likes to get under
people’s skin and with the last few weeks I’ve had, she succeeded against me. Nothing more. Nothing less.”
Jessica: “Well then, allow me to start again. David, tonight, you’re facing Greg Cherry and defending that World
Championship against him. Obviously he has a lot on the line. Is your
mindset going to hurt you tonight?”
Helms: “Jessica. I know what you’re doing. But with
Greg, given his situation, I know he’s coming with everything he’s got. But
it’s my job as champion to do the exact same. Sure the last month has been
rocky. Sure, Ravyn Taylor backstage may have gotten under my skin. It doesn’t
matter. My job is to go out to that ring and defend this...the World
Championship. And Greg, I hope he’s at his best. Because I’m going to make sure
he has to do everything in his power if he wants this. And if not, I’m
sorry...but I’m not handing you a win. I’m going to go out there and defend
this title as it should be. Mindset or not...that’s what I’m focusing on.”
Jessica turns to Helms.
Jessica: “Thank you. Back to
ringside.”
David Helms turns and walks back into his locker
room as we go back to the arena.
Sharper: “Thank you Jessica. Essentially for those
wondering, the rumours Jessica asked David about surrounded David essentially
attacking Ravyn Taylor backstage at Breakdown. No cameras were on, but there’s been a lot of questions there.”
Kayl: “Ravyn just likes to stir the
you-know-what. She succeeds in getting under all of our skins. Think
about what she’s done since she came here. She’s now with CHBK. There’s a lot
of viciousness there and she’s a bitch to say the least. Helms took some
frustrations out on her. Great! Shame he didn’t do more.”
Karnivale (Shilo Valiant, Masquerade & Marina Trent) vs. The Gospel (James Evans, Gunner Wayne & Destiny Nichols)
Sharper: “And next we’ve got another one that’s
gotten deeply personal. A few weeks ago Gunner Wayne joined Chad Evans and
Katelyn Buehler in an attack on Shilo Valiant and Marina Trent. Since then the
group that follow Chad Evans have done everything within their power to make a
name for themselves, and that’s meant attempted attacks on the Karnivale.”
Kayl: “It’s been ruthless without doubt but it’s what this group is all about.
They want to be the big names of the company and they’re willing to go to any
length to get what they want. In a way you’ve almost got to admire them. We’ve
seen other groups use the same tactics before, the question is can they
replicate the success as well? We’ll find out tonight.”
We cut to Jason Phillips in the ring with microphone in hand.
Phillips: “Ladies and gentlemen it is now time for the six-person intergender
tag team grudge match! This match is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first,
at a combined weight of five hundred and seventeen pounds and being accompanied
by Claire Voyant they are the team of MARINA TRENT, MASQUERADE and SHILO
VALIANT, this is KARNIVALE!”
As Nox Arcana’s ‘Ghosts of the Midway’ begins to play the screens shows several
different types of masks flying around until two crash into one another and
shatter, its remains spell out ‘Masquerade’. The lights go deep blue when Those words shatter and reunite to form the name ‘Shilo
Valiant’. The screens then goes to several shots of Shilo wrestling and doing
some fancy handwork with his syringes filled with Necro, and to shots of
Masquerade wrestling and trying on masks. All this while, several strange
looking mirrors have risen all over the stage, the ramp and around the ring.
Some are propped up by thick supports and others lie flat on the ground.
‘Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the circus of the strange, the sideshow of the
sinister, and the theater of the bizarre. Enter a realm of dark wonders to
indulge in your wickedest dreams, or if you dare, explore the shadows of the
most diabolical nightmares. Cast your eyes on the cruel oddities of nature and
behold the monstrous creatures from the depths of the abyss. Marvel with awe
and dismay at unbelievable death defying acts that teeter on the very prink of
doom. Leave the mundane world behind, for those who visit this festival of
phantasm are never the same again. Step this way… There is no turning back.’
‘Calliope’ takes over as Marina and Claire Voyant walk down the ramp to the
ring. Claire holds one of Masquerade’s infamous masks while Marina twirls one
of the gun syringes used by Shilo Valiant. They both enter the ring and Claire
leans forward on the ropes while Marina stands in the center of the ring and points the gun in the air, shooting off what turns out to be
a bright flare, bringing bright red to the blue lit arena. As if on cue, two
things happen at once. The lights go back to normal and from two of these
randomly placed mirrors crashes through Karnivale, Shilo Valiant and
Masquerade. They both run to the ring from wherever they are and slide into it,
their women standing with them. As they rise, the other mirrors fall and they
await their opponents.
Sharper: “And the Karnivale are looking ready for this one. Tonight is just the
beginning for Valiant and Masquerade though, by the end of tomorrow they could
be World and US Champions or they might even be facing off for the World title
at Taking Hold of the Flame.”
Kayl: “What a story that one would be. They can’t look past tonight though,
we’ve already mentioned their opponents are willing to use everything that the
Karnivale have done to get to where they are to make a name for themselves and
it would definitely be more than a blemish on their records if they had success
tomorrow but lost tonight.”
We cut back to the ring where Valiant, Masquerade and Trent are now on the
outside discussing strategy and Phillips still stands in the ring.
Phillips: “And now introducing their opponents. First, from Boone, North
Carolina, weighing two hundred and thirty one pounds, this is JAMES EVANS!”
“Sympathy For the Devil” begins to blare through the
PA system and the crowd begins booing as the arena lights begin to flicker
along with the beat of the music. Out from behind the curtain comes Kieran Osbourne and Charles Evans, with James Evans,
decked out in black trench coat and a hood over his head, walking behind them.
Kieran and Charles talk trash to the booing crowd, while James keeps his eyes
focused on the ring. James slides in underneath the bottom rope, while Charles
and Kieran stay outside. James slowly stands up, then walks to the opposite
corner and climbs the top rope, then slowly removes his hood and stares out at
the crowd as they boo. He smirks at them, before hopping off of the top rope.
Sharper: “James Evans looking confident tonight. He’s a man very much trying to
find an identity lately, a man who seems unsure of his real place in the
company.”
Kayl: “That’s because he gets too far ahead of himself. The way he dismissed
the Adrenaline Championship quite honestly lost my respect. It’s a belt he held
that now he thinks he’s better than? That’s Chad Evans Jr. right
there!”
Sharper: “You know they’re not actually related, right? The name is just a
coincidence...”
Evans stands in the ring looking down at the three competitors at ringside.
Phillips: “Introducing his tag team partners, from Las Vegas Nevada, weighing
one hundred and seventy five pounds, she is DESTINY NICHOLS!”
The entrance screen comes to life with Destiny hitting moves n various
opponents, then switches to Destiny climbing out of a pool in slow motion and
blowing a kiss to the cameras. The name "Superstar" scrawls across
the screen. The view switches to Destiny in the ring once more as Jeremy
Stevens steps out from the back in a tailor made custom suit with a cocky smirk
on his face. He looks around before looking over his shoulder as pink smoke
billows out from the back. As the lyrics kick in we see Destiny walks out
slowly with her robe tied closed. The crow erupts in boos, but Destiny just
gives them a cocky smirk as she stands at the top of the ramp and throws her
head back as she opens her robe. Destiny raises a brow and licks her lips
before she and Jeremy walk down the ramp. Jeremy climbs into the ring as
Destiny jumps up on the ring apron and presses her back against the ropes. She
shimmies out of her robe and tosses it a aside before
stretching her arms out across the ropes and doing a back flip over the top
rope. Jeremy stand sin the center of the ring applauding Destiny as she jumps
up on a a turnbuckle and leans forward resting her hands on the ring post as
she shakes her hips and blows a kiss to the crowd. Destiny jumps down and walks
towards Jeremy who says a few words before climbing out of the ring. Destiny
leans back in the corner of the ring to await the start of the match.
Sharper: “And here’s Destiny Nichols, the self-proclaimed Goddess who very
quickly found herself under the spell of our self-proclaimed God.”
Kayl: “Considering she thinks of herself as a Goddess I guess she means that in
the same way Charlie Sheen means it considering how quick she was to drop to
her knees in worship of Chad.”
James walks over to Destiny and she blows him off, dismissing him before
ducking to the ring apron and standing there as James tries to talk strategy
with her.
Phillips: “And finally, from Atlanta, Georgia, weighing THREE HUNDRED thirty
four pounds, this is GUNNER WAYNE!”
“Drop the World" by Lil Wayne rings out into the arena as the crowds
beings to boo. Gunner Wayne steps out from behind the curtains, paying no heed
to the crowd’s dislike for him and his employers. Gunner stares at the ring for
a moment, before looking up at the ceiling. Gunner makes his way down to the
ring, and climbs up onto the apron before into the ring. There, he shows
nothing but a complete serious face.
Kayl: “And good god you know what, this guy’s size never ceases to amaze me!
I’m telling you people television just does not do justice to the pure size of
this man.”
Sharper: “More than seven feet tall, three hundred and thirty four pounds, Chad
Evans didn’t just find himself a bodyguard when he recruited Gunner Wayne, he
found himself a GIANT and anyone who comes across this man, and I do mean
anyone, I pity you. He weighs as much two of his opponents tonight combined.
That’s just scary.”
Kayl: “Hell yeah it is! You know though as much as Chad’s group have the size
and power on their side what they’re definitely lacking is teamwork. Destiny
and James can’t even pretend to get along in the corner, and meanwhile
Karnivale are plotting out here.”
Sharper: “Karnivale have had their problems as well. I’m not sure just how
unified Shilo Valiant and Masquerade are after Masquerade’s failed US title
challenge and perhaps a little jealousy based on Shilo Valiant’s success. We’ll
find out tonight though if they can still work together as well as they did to
lead them to two World Tag Team Championship reigns.”
James Evans walks up to Gunner Wayne and orders him out of the ring. The big
man just shrugs his shoulders and climbs out on to the apron next to Destiny as
James Evans obviously decided for his team he’d start things off. Masquerade
and Valiant hop on to the apron with Masquerade climbing in to the ring and
there’s a smile on James Evan’s face the moment the referee calls for the bell.
Sharper: “Evans and Masquerade to start it off and there’s history between
these two. Masquerade holds a victory over Evans that you just know Evans has
never forgotten about. He would love nothing more than to even the score
between them tonight.”
Kayl: “He might be looking to even the score in the wrong environment though.
No doubt singles wrestling could favour either man but when you’ve got to rely
on a partner then the Karnivale are the favourites here tonight.”
Masquerade and Evans lock up in the ring and Masquerade quickly wrenches out
the arm of Evans, gaining the upperhand in the early going. Evans responds with
a kick to the gut of Masquerade though, breaking the lockup and sending him
back across the ring. Evans stalks Masquerade as he recovers before drilling
him with an open-hand palm-thrust to the side of the face that knocks
Masquerade back against the ropes. Evans senses he’s in control early on and
tries an Irish whip across the ring but Masquerade counters mid-move and sends
Evans in to the ropes, catching him with an arm-drag takedown before running
the ropes and delivering a dropkick to the face. Evans rolls about in pain as
Destiny and Gunner berate him in their corner. Masquerade grabs the arm of
Evans and wrenches it out again before dragging him to his corner and tagging
in Valiant. Valiant quickly climbs to the top rope before jumping off and
driving both hands in to the arm with a double sledge attack. Evans grabs his
arm in pain as the fans pop for the crowd favourites. Evans tries to crawl
across the ring to make the tag but Valiant cuts him off. Valiant slams Evans’
head in to the turnbuckles in a neutral corner and whips him across to the
opposite side.
Sharper: “And this thing starts off with the Karnivale in control early, and I
can’t say there’s any great surprise there. They’re the ones going in to this
with the experience and so far it seems that Destiny and Gunner are quicker to
berate Evans for everything he’s doing wrong than encourage him.”
Kayl: “We talked about it earlier but that’s what these guys are about. They’re
all about themselves and all about right now, whereas the Karnivale have shown
from the first moment that they can work together.”
Valiant comes charging in to the corner but Evans gets both feet up and sends
him staggering backwards. Evans ducks between the ropes and on to the apron and
Valiant comes at him again but this time Evans ducks between the ropes and
hammers Valiant with a shoulder before sliding back between his legs and goes
for a clothesline that Valiant ducks and counters with a kick to the
midsection. Valiant gets the crowd pumped up before nailing a dropkick that
sends Evans crashing to the outside. Destiny walks along the apron and starts
yelling at him to get back in to the ring before dropping down and helping
Evans back up. Masquerade comes around the corner to cut her off but Valiant
runs the ropes and leaps over, taking out both Evans and Nichols on the outside
to a huge pop from the crowd. He grabs Evans and throws him back in to the ring
before going in after him.
Sharper: “The crowd loving that last move from Valiant and the Karnivale really
are in control here in the early going. This just goes to show the value of
teamwork.”
Kayl: “Destiny was at least trying to help Evans back to his feet though,
that’s a little more unity that I expected to see out of these guys but now
Shilo looking to make the tag to the female part of the team.”
Valiant drags Evans across the ring and throws him in to the corner, tagging in
Marina before delivering a few shots to the midsection. Marina comes in and
rolls across the ring, running back and nailing a running knee to the corner.
Marina and Shilo grab Evans and pull him out of the corner before nailing a
double-arm-drag to plant him on his back. Shilo gives Marina a hand up and
flips her over in to a moonsault and the first pin attempt of the match as
Valiant gets back out of the ring.

2...
Destiny kicks Marina in the head to break up the three. She pulls Marina up and
drops her with a slam before getting back on to the apron and demanding the tag
from Evans who crawls across the ring and happily makes it. Destiny leaps in to
the ring and immediately runs the ropes, jumping up and nailing a leg drop on
the prone Marina Trent before pulling her back to her feet and snapmaring her
down. She tells Valiant and Masquerade to watch before running the ropes and
kicking Marina straight in the face. The Black Swan grabs her head in pain as
Destiny drops down and begins choking her out. The referee starts counting 1...
2... 3... 4... and Destiny finally breaks before five and then picks her up and
drops her back down again hard with a belly to belly suplex. The crowd boo as
she incites Karnivale again. Both men try to get back in to the ring and that
allows Destiny to grab Marina and pull her across the ring to their corner. She
begins kicking her repeatedly as Karnivale continue to accidentally distract
the referee with their determination to get in to the ring.
Sharper: “Somebody needs to get Valiant and Masquerade back on to the apron
because they’re desire to protect Marina is allowing Destiny to do whatever the
hell she wants, and you’ve got to believe that she knew that before getting in
their heads.”
Kayl: “It’s actually very smart strategy from the young woman who, as weird as this sounds, is just as experienced as James Evans and more
experienced than Gunner Wayne. We’ve got six world class competitors here
tonight who between them probably don’t have a combined ten years in the sport.
Lots of youth, lots of energy!”
Evans gets back in to the ring and joins Destiny in kicking the hell out of
Marina behind the referee’s back while he continues arguing with Valiant.
Masquerade drops down to the mat and then rolls in behind the referee, coming to
save Marina but Gunner Wayne cuts him off with a clothesline that just levels
the smaller man. Wayne picks him up and throws him effortlessly across the ring
where he crash lands in his own corner. Valiant finally seems to be going back
on to the apron as Gunner gets back on to the apron himself and Evans slaps his
hands together behind the referee’s back. The referee turns, thinking he’s
heard a tag and acknowledges it as Destiny climbs back to the apron and James
Evans goes to work on Marina Trent. He hooks both her arms before driving her
down in a Tiger suplex, pointing at Valiant afterward before hooking the leg.
1...
2...
Sharper: “And Shilo Valiant in to make sure it doesn’t end like that. Dirty
strategy employed by Chad’s group here tonight.”
Kayl: “Dirty but effective! They seem to have been able to take arguably the
weakest member of the opposition team in Marina Trent and work her over and
Destiny and Marina have a little history recently as well. You know that’s got
to fill Destiny with confidence when she’s in there.”
Evans insists that the referee get Valiant out of the ring and taunts him as
Destiny comes back in and starts choking out Marina again. Evans continues
mocking Valiant getting him more and more worked up as Marina continues getting
choked behind the referee’s back. Evans then rushes over and picks her up and
he and Destiny lift her up on to their shoulders before throwing her up in the
air and allowing Evans to catch her and nail a Samoan Drop to the mat. He goes
for the cover but Valiant still has the referee distracted. Evans gets back to
his feet and charges across the ring, nailing Valiant in the head and knocking
him to the floor. Destiny gets back in to the ring and slaps her hands this
time. The referee turns and orders Evans out of the ring, again thinking a tag
has been made as Destiny pulls Marina up and drops her with a Northern Lights
suplex with a bridge...
1...
2...
Kayl: “Marina Trent kicks out! She’s taking a beating in there right now and
Evans and Nichols are absolutely working her over behind the referee’s back.”
Sharper: “I don’t know how much more of this she can take but this match has
completely turned around. We saw Karnivale working together early on and now
all of a sudden it’s all Chad’s group, all domination from them.”
Destiny demands the referee count faster next time and pulls Marina back up,
tagging in Evans this time legally. Evans comes in and nails a kick to the
midsection on Marina’s exposed body while Destiny holds her arm out of the way
so she can’t even defend herself. Destiny drops her to the mat and climbs out
to the apron as Evans pulls her up and whips her across the ring, catching her
and sending her down to the mat hard with a high-angle spinebuster. He gets to
his feet and points at Valiant and Masquerade again before stomping on Marina’s
hand. Marina grabs her hand in pain but Evans isn’t done. He stomps on her
shoulder next before grabbing her other arm and putting it on the mat, stomping
on her shoulder and then her hand and then one knee and the other knee and then
back to the hand again before finally the head. The crowd boo wildly as Evans
laughs and pulls her back to her feet, tagging in Destiny. Destiny comes in
happily as Evans holds Marina for a shot from Destiny but Marina kicks out at
Destiny, knocking her against the ropes. Destiny looks in disbelief, charging
at Marina who ducks and Destiny nails James Evans in the face instead. The
crowd pop wildly. Marina leaps up before taking out Destiny with a head
scissors and the crowd cheers.
Sharper: “And just like that Marina Trent showing the world why she’s a former
Women’s Champion! She was quick enough to duck Destiny’s attack so Destiny hit
her own partner and then take out Destiny but now she’s got to make a tag.
She’s absolutely got to make a tag!”
Kayl: “They’ve worked her over well enough and she’s crawling across the ring.
Valiant has his arm out and is waiting...”
Marina crawls closer and closer and is almost within reach when Destiny grabs
her leg to stop her and pulls her back across the ring. The crowd boo. Marina
struggles back to her feet but Destiny slams her down again hard. She stomps on
the side of Marina’s head getting more boos and a chant of “SHE’S CHAD’S WHORE”
from the crowd that Destiny doesn’t seem to like at all. Destiny makes the tag
out to Evans again and Evans pulls Marina up and tries the spinebuster again
but Marina counters and drops him with a DDT. The
crowd cheers. Marina is a long way from making the tag though and struggles to
her feet. She sees her chance and runs across the ring but Evans grabs her and
stops her just before she makes it to Shilo. The crowd cheer and get behind
Karnivale as both male members start clapping and stomping their feet to get
them to encourage Marina. Marina nails an elbow to the back of Evans’ head to
get free before leaping up and taking him down with a kick to the face. Evans
is down and Marina finally leaps and makes the tag. The building explodes as
Shilo gets in to the ring.
Sharper: “AND FINALLY MARINA TRENT WITH THE TAG AND THIS BUILDING IS ELECTRIC!”
Kayl: “Shilo Valiant has been stewing on that apron watching his girlfriend
taking a beating, you know he’s coming in hot and looking for payback!”
Valiant charges across the ring and nails Destiny in the face, knocking her to
the outside. He leaps up and dropkicks the giant off the apron as well before
grabbing James Evans and whipping him over in a snap suplex. Valiant leaps back
to his feet as Evans staggers to the corner. Valiant rolls across the ring, nailing
a flying clothesline in the corner before leaping up and monkey-flipping Evans
out of the corner. Evans struggles up again and Valiant grabs him and goes to
whip him to the ropes but Evans counters and sends Valiant instead. He goes for
a clothesline but Valiant leaps up and over, landing on his feet before nailing
a boot to the face as Evans turns around and then leaps up and kicks him in the
back of the head. The crowd cheers wildly.
Sharper: “And Shilo Valiant with quick attacks for everybody and reminding us
all why he was SUCH a success as United States Champion.”
Kayl: “James Evans and team had slowed the pace of this match right now but
Valiant in and the crowd are alive again and Valiant has control. This one is
getting exciting.”
Valiant hooks the leg.
1...
2...
Destiny in to make the save, and Marina comes flying across the ring and takes
her out. Valiant pulls Evans up again and drags him to the corner to make the
tag to Masquerade. Masquerade comes in and goes to work on Evans. He nails a
jab, followed by another, followed by another, followed by another and a fifth
one before spinning and taking Evans out with a punch. He gets the fans fired
up before pulling Evans up and whipping him across the ring, taking him down
with another punch. He pulls Evans up but Evans rakes the eyes. The fans boo
and Evans gets back to his feet, whipping Masquerade across the ring and taking
him out with a snap powerslam. He charges across and knocks Valiant
flying before pulls Masquerade up and lifting him on to his shoulders. He tries
for a reverse Death Valley Driver but Masquerade grabs the ropes and then rolls
off of Evans’ shoulders. He nails a kick to Evans that sends Evans back in to
his own corner and Gunner Wayne gets the tag.
Kayl: “Uh-oh, this is absolutely what Karnivale DIDN’T want to happen. Biggest
man in the match is in and I don’t want to see what happens next.”
Sharper: “This has potential to get very bad very quickly, but this isn’t the
first time that either man in Karnivale has been in the ring with somebody
bigger than they are.”
Kayl: “Yeah but how many guys are over seven foot tall and almost three hundred
and fifty pounds? Valiant was able to beat Gunner Wayne before, you can bet
that Gunner is looking for major payback!”
Gunner steps in over the top rope and pie-faces Masquerade as Masquerade comes
running at him. He grabs Masquerade and almost effortlessly nails a scoop slam
before running the ropes and leaping up and driving his elbow straight down in
to Masquerade’s chest. Valiant gets back in to the ring and comes running at
him, nailing a combination of shots to try and fight him off before trying an
Irish whip across the ring but Gunner just throws Valiant in to the corner and
rushes him, smashing all his body weight in to the less-than-two-hundred pound
man. Valiant staggers out of the corner and Gunner grabs him in a military
press, just showing absolute monstrous power as he throws him straight in to
Masquerade and both former tag team champions land in a heap in the mat. Gunner
screams aggressively as the fans boo.
Kayl: “You see what I mean? The big man just used Shilo Valiant like a goddamn
toy and just took out his own tag team partner with him. This right here is why
Chad Evans recruited this guy.”
Sharper: “I think we all know why Chad Evans recruited him, the question is can
anything actually STOP him? It’s going to take a lot from Karnivale just to
knock him down.”
Gunner taunts both former World Tag Team Champions and tells them to get up
before running the ropes and clotheslining them both back down. He pulls
Valiant up and throws him down hard to the mat with a powerslam before getting
back up and grabbing Masquerade. He slams Masquerade down as well and lands a
standing leg drop that seems to have driven all the air out of Masquerade who
rolls around trying to breath. Gunner picks him up in a powerbomb before
driving him down in to the mat, holding on to the legs and forcing Masquerade’s
shoulders in to the mat.
Sharper: “Good god that powerbomb looks like it might have broken Masquerade’s
neck.”
Kayl: “And the big man holding on for the pin...”
1...
2...
Masquerade shoots a shoulder up and Gunner just smiles, roaring as he pulls
Masquerade up and powerbombs him back down again in the exact same manner,
holding on again for the pin.
1...
2...
Masquerade kicks out a second time and Gunner again roars as he pulls
Masquerade back up, kicking Marina in the face with Masquerade still up for a
powerbomb as Marina tries to break it up and spinning around and around and
around before driving Masquerade in to the mat in a sickening sitout powerbomb.
He grins as the referee slides in for the pin again.
1...
2...
A sickening thud is heard as Shilo Valiant kicks the big man in the face to
break up the pin. Gunner grabs his face in pain, removing his hands to reveal
his nose is bloodied from the kick. Valiant stands his ground, a smile on his
face as the big man gets back up holding his face and roars again before
charging at Valiant. Valiant catches him with a drop toehold that drops him in
to the middle rope before running the ropes and leaping over the top rope,
grabbing Gunner’s head and driving his neck in to the middle rope. The ropes
springing back actually bounce Gunner back to his feet again and Masquerade leaps
up and nails a hurricanrana on him that sends him in to the ropes on the other
side. Masquerade struggles up but runs the ropes and leaps on to the back of
the big man, once again driving his throat across the ropes. He bounces up
again Marina comes off the top rope but Gunner catches her and Valiant slides
back in to the ring. Both Valiant and Masquerade nail dropkicks to the back of
Marina, who’s being held by Gunner and the combined effort finally knocks
Gunner Wayne down to his back. There’s a loud thud as he hits the mat and the
crowd cheer wildly.
Kayl: “TTTIIIIMMMMBBBBBEEEEERRRRRR!!! The big man is FINALLY down!”
Sharper: “It took all three of them working together to finally get Gunner
Wayne off his feet and did you see that combination of powerbombs on
Masquerade? How he is even standing up I have no idea.”
Kayl: “I don’t think he is! He’s staggering to the corner to make the tag to
Shilo and Marina is going back up top.”
Gunner Wayne gets back to his feet as Valiant tags himself in legally and
Marina comes off the top rope to take out Gunner Wayne but again he catches her
and hurls her over the top rope like a javaline. She goes flying out of the
ring and crashes down in the entrance way with an unearthly thud. The crowd
start chanting “HOLY SHIT” and “HE JUST KILLED HER” as Gunner Wayne staggers
back in to the ring. Valiant nails him in the chest with a kick that staggers
him again. He nails another kick before going for a clothesline but bounces
off. He nails a kick to the leg, then another before finally nailing a third
that drops Gunner Wayne to one knee. Both Masquerade and Shilo Valiant nail
dropkicks on the big man that knock him back in to the ropes where his arms get
caught up in between the top and middle ropes. The crowd cheers as Masquerade
and Valiant look at one another. Destiny makes the tag in off of Gunner Wayne’s
hand but neither of Karnivale see it due to getting
the crowd pumped. They nail simultaneous superkicks to the face of Gunner Wayne
and he goes over the top rope and lands with a thud on the outside.
Sharper: “GUNNER WAYNE IS OUT!! Good god that shot had to be enough, but after
how easily he just threw Marina Trent out of here somebody needs to check on
that poor girl because she might not even be able to walk.”
Kayl: “We might need EMTs out here, Marina Trent might be dead and if Gunner
Wayne’s nose wasn’t broken before it DEFINITELY is after that superkick. That
had to rock his brain, double-kicks straight to the head while he was tied up
in the ropes. Say goodnight big man, I think he’s done and now I think Destiny
and Valiant are legal.”
Destiny and Evans come charging in to take down Masquerade and Valiant who are
still pumped up after eliminating Gunner Wayne. Both members of Chad’s group
try to take the advantage and both try to whip Karnivale across the ring but
simultaneous counters followed by simultaneous dropkicks to both Evans and
Nichols sees the crowd explode again. James Evans staggers up to his feet and
Masquerade grabs him. He drives him down with the Desperado Blaster as the
crowd cheers wildly. Destiny meanwhile gets back to her feet and Valiant takes
her down with a clothesline as Evans rolls out of the ring. He points at the
top rope and shouts something to Masquerade. Masquerade ducks out to the apron
as Karnivale definitely seem like they’re set to end things.
Sharper: “This place is ELECTRIFYING right now! Shilo Valiant telling
Masquerade to go to the top, what have they got planned for Destiny Nichols?”
Kayl: “Considering the teamwork we’ve seen from them so far I have no idea but
whatever it is I don’t think it’s going to be good for her and James Evans is
already on the outside of the ring.”
Masquerade goes to the top as the crowd still cheer. Valiant pulls Destiny up
and goes to lift her up on to his shoulders. The crowd cheer but Destiny slips
off his shoulders and grabs him in a waistlock, rushing him in the corner that
Masquerade is climbing up. Masquerade isn’t in position just yet and Shilo and
Masquerade smack heads in the corner, sending Masquerade flying to the outside.
He hits the railing with a thud as Valiant staggers out of the corner, still in
the waistlock from Destiny. She quickly rolls him up from behind, grabbing the
tights with one hand. James Evans reaches in to the ring and grabs her other
arm, holding her down as the referee only seems to look at Valiant’s shoulders.
Kayl: “MASQUERADE AND VALIANT HIT HEADS!! TEAMWORK GONE
WRONG!! ROLL-UP!! COULD THEY STEAL IT?”
Sharper: “NO!! SHE’S GOT THE TIGHTS!! AND EVANS HAS HER ARM!! FOR GODS SAKE!!!”
1...
2...
3!!!
Sharper: “NO!!! DESTINY NICHOLS AND JAMES EVANS JUST STOLE IT!!! I DO NOT
BELIEVE WHAT WE JUST SAW!!”
"You Shook Me All Night Long" By AC/DC hits the PA system as James
Evans pulls Destiny Nichols out of the ring without the referee ever seeing her
holding the tights or him pulling her arm. Valiant looks up in disbelief as
Destiny Nichols and James Evans hug in celebration on the outside. Valiant
tries to tell the referee what happened but he leaves the ring and raises Evans
and Destiny’s hands.
Sharper: “Yeah you’re damn right referee you NEED to raise both their hands
because it just took BOTH of them to pin Shilo Valiant.”
Kayl: “You say that but you know what they saw? They saw themselves beating
Karnivale! WHAT a victory for them, no matter how they went about it. Nobody
gave them a hope in this thing.”
Sharper: “They just stole this match! Karnivale were on a roll, they’d just
taken out Gunner Wayne, the crowd were electric in support of them and then
THAT happened and... I don’t believe what we saw, I really don’t.”
Masquerade gets back in to the ring and goes to Valiant, wanting to know what
happened as Shilo Valiant still looks like he doesn’t believe it. On the ramp
Gunner Wayne staggers up with blood running down from his nose and Destiny
backs away from him, not wanting to get any blood on herself but Evans and
Destiny continue to celebrate the win as the fans boo loudly and in the ring
Valiant is still trying to explain what happened in disbelief. Marina stirs on
the entrance way and holds her back. Shilo finally notices this and Masquerade
does as well as the two then exit the ring to check on
her. Marina pulls herself up and winces and walks around on her own volition as
Shilo and Masquerade keep checking on her.
Sharper: “Unbelievable. Karnivale looked like they had everything under control
and in a display that would make their mentor more than happy Destiny Nichols
and James Evans just stole a victory over Karnivale,
and they pinned Shilo Valiant to do it.”
Kayl: “Huge upset, am I right? And if they didn’t shut up before imagine their
egos now?”
The scene switches to show Sasha Drachewych seated
at her desk backstage. The crowd cheers a bit upon seeing her and Sasha smiles
upon looking at the camera.
Sasha: “Good evening. I hope you have enjoyed this
historic show thus far. At this point, I just want to take a moment to answer a
key question going into one of the main event matches here tonight.”
Sasha pauses for a moment and clears her throat.
Sasha: “On the last edition of Breakdown, Christy
Matthews came to the ring and challenged Shawn Winters to a first blood match.
Given that all that has been said and how personal this match is...and given
that Shawn Winters elected not to give a clear indication of where he sat on
this issue on Breakdown, I’m inclined to come in and bring some clarity to the
situation.”
Sasha smiles.
Sasha: “So, with that said, given how personal this
match is, I am going to give Christy Matthews what she wants and the match
between Matthews and Winters later tonight WILL be a
First Blood match!”
The crowd in the arena cheers.
Sharper: “Oh man! That’s going to be violent and
bloody to say the least!”
Sasha: “Have a nice day.”
“Rescue Me” starts to play as Sasha smiles as the
camera switches to the arena to show the crowd cheering.
Sharper: “It is now officially a First Blood match.
Someone is going to bleed when Shawn Winters and Christy Matthews do battle!”
The scene opens up backstage and we see Dillusion
standing up in the his locker room with a focused look
on his face. He takes a step forward before stopping and turning to his left
and Anthony Wallace walks over to him.
Wallace: “You know what to do.”
Dillusion just smiles. Wallace then pats him in the
back and Dillusion walks off as Anthony Wallace just smiles watching him walk
out.
Sharper: “Well folks, this next one won’t be for
the weak at heart. Dillusion and Saber. No holds
barred. Two of the most vicious individuals in SCW history will go at it and it
all started at Body, Heart and Soul!”
RECAP:
The sound of sirens are heard before
we see an ambulance at a hospital and we then see Dillusion’s downed body
inside of it before we see Saber hop out and look over at Dillusion and throw
something on him.
Marisa: “Oh my God! That was
Saber...and he was inside Dillusion’s ambulance....what the....”
Sharper: “Oh my Gosh....”
We then see shots of Saber attacking
Ducky, before showing him attacking Anthony Wallace backstage and we see Saber
standing at ringside at Retribution as Dillusion looks on in the ring.
Saber: “Oh Dillusion....are you
wondering why I came for you....Are you wondering why I did something few have
managed to do successfully...”
We then see another shot of Saber in
the crowd before showing Dillusion looking at him from Retribution. This is
followed with a third shot, slowed down.
Saber: “Just think Dillusion to your
past. You may be known for being ultraviolent and a flag bearer of the
Underground....but you’re nothing to me. Nothing more than simple lucky...you’ve
wronged me....NO ONE wrongs me....
We then see Dillusion bloodied in the
ambulance again, before showing Ducky getting thrown into a wall. This is
followed with a shot of Saber posing and laughing as we then see Dillusion
looking down at the ground as he stands over Anthony Wallace.
Saber: “Dillusion....trust me when I
say that I have waited plenty to bring you pain and suffering unlike what
you’ve never seen. You think the Death Chamber was brutal....you think Empty
Arena was brutal....you think your fights with Rachel Foxx were art.....You
haven’t experienced ANYTHING yet....The Clown Prince of Wrestling has come to
spill your blood....”
The sound of Saber laughing is heard
as we see a distorted shot of Saber laughing before we cut to see Dillusion looking
at Ducky as she’s down before showing Anthony Wallace down, before seeing
Dillusion in the ring again. We then see Saber dropping Dillusion with a
tombstone piledriver. This is followed by a shot of Dillusion rolling over,
holding his head.
Wallace: “You need to end this
Dillusion.....or else I will.”
Dillusion: “With pleasure.”
We then see a shot of Dillusion
nailing someone with a steel chair before showing him running to the ring and
coming to save Ducky, before Ducky nails Dillusion and stops him from getting
to Saber. We then cut to a shot of Dillusion backstage, looking right in the
camera.
Dillusion: “Tell Saber....that if he
wants his war, I’ll give it to him. No holds barred....Riding the Lightning.
Get ready for a bloodbath!”
This is followed up with a shot of
Saber laughing again maniacally before the recap ends.
Saber vs. Dillusion
No Holds Barred
Sharper: "Well folks, this is where we tell
you all that you should NOT try any of this at home!
Kayl: "That is completely correct, this next
match isn't going to be for the faint of heart at all especially if the sight
of blood makes you uneasy."
Sharper: "Most definitely Donovan, because our next match is a no holds
barred contest putting the ever so despicable Saber against one of the most
deranged men in SCW, Dillusion!"
Kayl: "There’s no love lost between these two superstars AT ALL, Saber is
hell bent on destroying Dilluioson at no matter the cost and Dillusion wants to
let him know pay back is most certainly a bitch."
Sharper: "Standing in the ring at this time is Jason Phillips whose ready for the first of the introductions!"
The camera pans around the arena once before the view fades into a Birdseye
view of the ring, that image then fades out to a closer picture of Jason Phillips
who has just risen the mic.
Phillips: "Ladies and Gentleman, the following contest is scheduled for
one fall, has a thirty minute time limit and is NO HOLDS BARRED!!!"
The crowd erupts with cheers.
Phillips: "Introducing first hailing from Hamilton, Ontario Canada, he
weighs in tonight at two-hundred and thirty-five pounds, representing The
Rejected - DILLUSION!!!!"
All eyes divert to the stage area as the screen suddenly goes to static and
then there is a blast of pyro that falls from seemingly the sky onto the
entrance way with a giant crashing noise. “Crazy Train” by My Bloody Valentine
begins to pump through the arena speakers. The camera moves into the entrance
way where there is a large mass of fire. The fire grows several feet high on
the big screen it shows a figure kneeling in the center of the flames. The
figure slowly rises and looks directly at the camera as it slowly zooms in.
This reveals Dillusion eyeing the camera with a sadistic look, stepping forward
through the flames, licking his lips.
Sharper: "There he is, one of the most clinically insane individuals I've
ever had the privilege to call matches on."
Kay: "A privilege!?! The guys a whack job in the most literal sense of the
word!!"
Sharper: "Be that as it may Donovan, but it's served him well in his SCW
career including his time in IWC!"
He then moves down the entrance way looking through the audience walking at a
slow methodical pace. He laughs a little and then rolls under the middle rope.
He kneels in the center of the ring he snaps at the direction of the audience
and then leaps up to his feet rushing to the other side of the ring, leaping up
onto the middle rope and making a gun sign and pointing out to the audience.
The camera moves in close as you can see his lips move forming the word “BANG”
which is followed by a massive explosion of pyro behind him. As Jason Phillips
gets ready to introduce his opponent, Dillusion exits the ring and begins to
reach under it and pulling out all kinds of items before throwing them into the
ring some just barely missing the ring annoucner...
Phillips: "And now introducing his opponent... Hailing from parts unknown,
he weighs in tonight at two-hundred and ninety pounds... SABER!!!!"
Chilling laughter enters the arena and the lights begin flashing purple and
green, going along with the beat of “Coma White” as it begins to blare through
the PA system. Saber walks out to an increased amount of boos. He walks out
with a smile on his face as he slowly begins to walk towards the ring via the
aisle. Saber reaches the ring steps and lifts his hands up and salutes the
heavens, giving them a middle finger for their troubles, before looking at all
the toys that litter the ring, a couple steel chairs, a table, a couple kendo
sticks all thanks to Dillusion who is now back in the ring himself and waiting
in a corner.
Sharper: "Dillusion being uncharacteristically calm here, I expected to
see Saber as a red rag to a bull but it appears not."
Kayl: "His eyes are saying something different though Adam."
Sharper: "Once again folks, do NOT try any of this at home, you've been
warned."
The NO HOLDS BARRED logo flies onto the screen before exploding, the bell now
sounds as Saber stands in the ring opposite Dillusion who charges at Saber who
in turn does the same, the pair meeting in the middle and starting to hammer
away at each other. Lefts and rights over and over again with neither side
letting up in the slightest before Dillusion drives a knee into Sabers gut
doubling him over as the crowd cheers. Dillusion drives an elbow to the back of
Sabers head before applying a front face lock looking for a DDT but Saber lifts
Dillusion up and over with a northern lights suplex, Dillusion landing on one
of the chairs right off the bat.
Sharper: "Nice Northern Lights Supex to kick his offense off there."
Kayl: "Somehow though I don't imagine this match containing much wrestling
tonight!"
Saber is back to his feet and pulls Dillusion up with him whipping him into the
ropes and taking the Rejected member down with a thunderous clothesline
following up with a knee to Dillusions face. Saber rolls over and gets to his
feet now picking up a steel chair and opens it up before standing it in the
ring. Dillusion gets to his feet now himself driving a stiff forearm shot to
the back of Saber, and another before whipping
him into the ropes and doubling for a back body drop, but Saber drops to the
canvas and uppercuts Dillusion who stumbles back and lands in the chair.
Kayl: "Just what Saber was hoping for I'm sure."
Sharper: "Again I can't stress enough don't try any of this at home."
Saber on his feet walks over and pulls back on Dillusions hair showing a
smiling Rejected member, that changes for a moment as Saber drives an elbow
into Dillusions face over and over again before back up and running at the
former Underground Champion and going for a yakuza kick. Dillusion dives out
the way though and Saber catches nothing but air, ring ropes and arches his
back in pain as the chair breaks under his weight as well. The crow "oohs"
as Saber rolls over before beginning to get up, Dillusion now has one of the
kendo sticks in hand and lies in wait which doesn't take long as he cracks
Saber across the skull.
Kayl: "OUCH! That'll leave a mark!"
Sharper: "Dillusion isn't done yet however!"
Saber stumbles a little as Dillusion hits him again
across the skull, then again and again which gets a roar of cheers from the
crowd as Saber now teeters on dropping to the canvas finally. With a now broken
Kendo stick in hand, Dillusion drives it into the throat of Saber and the big
man drops to the canvas. The rejected member quick to cover.
1...
KICKOUT BY SABER! Dilusion gets to his feet and turns quickly but Saber has
rolled to the outside of the ring holding his throat. Dillusion doesn't' want to
waste much time and reaches through the middle grabbing at Sabers hair, but the
clown prince hits with a stiff right to Dillusions face before locking in a
front face lock now, dragging him through and is quick to fall back with a
brain buster suplex to the outside with Dillusion crumpling up like an
accordion on the one inch matting. The crowd "ooohs" yet again as
Saber rolls over and covers.
1..
DILLUSION KICKS OUT! The crowd cheers at ringside as Saber looks up at the
official yelling at him "You kiddin me!?!".
Saber gets up and into the refs face who tells him it was one, the clown prince
focusing back onto Dillusion pulling him up and throwing him head first into
the security barrier now grabbing Dillusion by the hair and literally dragging
him up the aisle.
Sharper: "Now Saber is taking him up the aisle somewhere and I don't think
he wants to get Married..."
Kayl: "Wow, are you experiment with bad jokes tonight or what?"
The look on Dillusions face is one of laughter before managing to wriggle free
probably losing some hair in the process. Dilly gets to his feet as Saber moves
back and drives a elbow into Sabers gut, then again before grabbing Saber by
the hair himself and slamming him face first into the security barrier. Saber
stumbles back a little and Dillusion now
Grabbing Saber by the hair starts to drag him back towards the ring. Once at
ringside, Dillsion sends Saber towards the steel steps with authority with an
Irish whip, Saber crashing into and over them before holding his knee in pain.
Dillusion rolls into the ring and grabs the other steel chair and rolls back
out before walking around and placing it on the floor for just a moment as he
grabs Sabers leg and and throws it back down onto the steel steps. After
grabbing the steel chair off the ground Dillusion steps over Saber and raises
the chair up as the crowd cheers, but Saber manages to slide his leg out and
kicks Dillusion into the steps himself.
Sharper: "Dillusion looking to do some serious damage with that chair, but
Saber managing to avoid a potential turning point in this match at the early
going"
Kayl: "Great plan by Dillusion, but poor execution on the former
Underground Champions part and he could well pay the price now."
Saber on his feet grabs the Steel chair and slams it across the back of
Dillusion as he lays on the steel steps, he does this two more times before
throwing the chair down and flipping Dillusion
over and off the steps to the matting. The crowd begins to boo Saber at
ringside who just smiles sadistically as he puts
a foot onto the chest of Dillusion telling the ref to count.

2...
KICKOUT BY DILLUSION! Dillusion has Sabers leg in the process and pushes him
back into the barrier again. Now on his feet he grabs
Saber and throws him into another part of the barrier before stepping
back and running onto the steel step and leaping off hitting a high knee, both
men flying over the barrier into the crowd. Security is quick to push the
fans back giving both men some room to breathe as Dillusion gets to his feet
first and pulls Saber up with him and hitting a stiff right to the clown
prince.
Sharper: "And now they take it into the crowd, let's just hope they don't
hit one of them!"
Kayl: "I doubt that'll happen, but then I doubt either of these men would
actually care if they did!"
Dillusion goes to hit another but it's blocked, and Saber rakes the eyes of
Dillusion forcing him to stumble back himself further into the crowd. The crowd
start a Dillusion chant which only seems to anger Saber as he grabs a bottle of
beer and smashes it over the head of Dillusion, he then grabs Dillusion by the
hair once more and begins to drag him further into the crowd towards the
concrete steps. Once there he lifts Dillusion up and double underhooks the arms
but Dillusion drops to his knees blocking it, Saber tries again but once again
Dillusion blocks once again freeing his arms and using his strength lifts Saber
up and over with a back body drop onto the stairs. Saber arches his back in
pain as Dillusion now standing on a fans chair leaps off and hits an elbow
drop.
Sharper: "No matter your thoughts on this business, landing on solid
concrete especially stairs like that it's going to leave a mark and hurt like
hell!"
Kayl: "I've had my fair share of drops like that,
ad let me tell you you're feeling it for weeks on end!"
Blood is now flowing down Dillusions face after that bottle which he licks off
his hand before holding Saber in a side headlock on the steps and now begins to
bite the forehead of the Clown Princes ever so viciously as he spots a shard of
the broken bottle and begins to stab it into the forehead of Saber. Saber is
kicking his legs frantically managing to pull back on Dillusions hair but he
shakes it off and starts to hammer away at Saber where blood begins to pour
from the wound on his head. Again Dillusion licks his lips before getting to
his feet with a few fans patting him on the back for support. Saber starts to
climb to his feet feeling his face and wiping the blood out of his eyes.
Sharper: "This is why we said don't try this at home."
Kayl: "I'd like to say both of these men are trained professionals, but to
be honest they're but just insane!"
Dillusion grabs Saber and starts to drag him further up which gets a even bigger roar from the crowd as they reach a more level
area. Saber swings at Dillusion who ducks under and slides behind him applying
a rear waist lock. Dilly then lifts Saber up and over with a German Suplex to
the concrete floor even managing to bridge.
1...
2...
SABER KICKS OUT! The crowd "oohs" as Saber forcibly kicked out
holding the back of his neck and head and a far from happy look on his face.
Dillusion doesn't seem bothered by it all as he sits up and drives a back elbow
to the face of Saber. He turns around and mounts Saber now and begins to throw
more right hands mixing it up with the occasional forearm and elbow shot to the
head before Pulling to his feet and slamming him face first into a fire exit
door. Dillusion slams him face first into it again Saber backing away a little
feeling the impact. Dillusion charges at Saber who drops to his knee and lifts
Dillusion up onto his shoulder and holds him tightly as he walks over to edge
and looks down at a series of tables around ten feet below them.
Sharper: "Oh dear god no, don't do it!"
Kayl: "We all know the lengths Saber will go to end Dillusion tonight, and
I think he's just found the perfect way!"
Sharper: "I don't think I can watch..."
The crowd are going crazy as Dilly starts to kick his legs frantically, and
biting onto the arm of Saber now which is just enough to let the Underground
SCW star to fall behind Saber safely. Saber spins around though quickly and
plants a stiff kick to the gut of Dillusion before grabbing his head and
slamming it into the side where his body half hangs over the edge so he's
looking down at the drop. Saber starts to walk towards Dillusion who
turns around now leaning up against the barrier obviously feeling the effects
of the match, but he's a fighter and kicks Saber in the gut who drops to a knee
Dillusion sees that as his chance and locks in a Gogplata but not perfectly.
Kayl: "GOGOPLATA, HE'S GOING TO CHOKE HIM OUT!"
Sharper: "UNBELIEVABLE!"
Saber's face tells a story as the blood flows down it as he tries his best to
break free, but in a pure act of desperation the Clown prince manages to get to
one knee and tries to lift Dillusion up but struggles. He does it again however
this time a lot more successful and manages to hangs Dillsuion over the edge of
the security barrier, the Rejected superstar holding on to Saber who is now
slipping away it seems from the look in his eyes. The Official doesn't know
what to do but then it happens as Saber goes over the edge along with Dillusion
and both men fall into the tables from up above. The crowd erupts with
"HOLY SHIT, HOLY SHIT, HOLY SHIT" chants over and over again as the
referee just looks down before holding his head in disbelief himself before
running down the stairs.
Sharper: "I DON'TBELIEVE WHAT I JUST WITNESSED THERE!!"
Kayl: "THESE FANS SPEAKING WHATS ON ALL OF OUR MINDS, CAN WE GET A REPLAY
OF THAT?"
Instant Replay: From a different vantage point now we get a
Instant replace as the ref continues his way down through the crowd. This time
from at the bottom looking up as we see Dillusion with the Gogoplata locked in
on Saber but the Clown Prince has him hanging over the barrier. Then both men
suddenly drop down with Dillusion releasing the hold at the last moment as they
both crash through a series of tables beneath them.
Kayl: "The official finally makes his way there and he's checking on both
men who are out like a light.
Sharper: "Wait, Dillusion is stirring and is he... Laughing?"
Kayl: "That is one sick son of a bitch right there! Only HE would laugh
after falling ten feet or more through tables, he isn't right I tell
you!!"
Dillusion is definitely stirring as he's the first to set up although
occasionally wincing a little and for good reason as he manages to get out of
the wreckage of tables. His back has been completely cut after the fall without
question. The underground superstar just rolling onto his back with a smile on
his face as the official checks on Saber who to his credit as well is beginning
to move. Both men with cuts over their body's can be seen now as Saber slowly pulls
himself out of the wreckage as well now as another chant of "This is
Awesome" echoes throughout the arena. Dillusion is the first to start
getting to his feet using a nearby table to do just that while Saber looks like
death warmed up at the moment. Dillusion now walks over and struggles but
eventually pulls Saber up and throws him head first into the panneling of the
stage. Pulling Saber back up he tries to whip him into the panel this time, but
Saber spins through and sends Dillusion crashing through the stage wall before
stumbling back into a table.
Sharper: "DEAR GOD! I FELT THAT FROM HERE!!"
Kayl: "Not as much as Dillusion did I tell you now!"
Saber now has a smile on his face as he stumbles over and reaches though and
pulls Dillusion out and rests him up against another panel before going back
under the stage and pulling something out which he grips tightly...
Sharper: "IS THAT WHAT I THINK IT IS..."
Kayl: "THAT'S AN AXE!!! WHERE THE HELL DID HE GET
THAT FROM!?!"
Sharper: "OH GOD HE WOULDN'T SURELY..."
The sold-out crowd are buzzing like crazy as Saber stares at the blade of the
axe almost hypnotized by it before shifting his gaze to Dillusion who is still
propped up against the side panel of the stage not having moved since being
placed there... The look on Sabers face tells a horrible story as he approaches
Dillusion and rests the Axe head up against his neck before rearing back and
swinging but Dillusion rolls out of the way, and any doubt the axe was
"fake" is no longer a question as it cuts into the panel like a hot
knife through butter.
Sharper: "WE NEED SOME ORDER HERE!!!"
Kayl: "IT'S NO HOLDS BARRED, WHAT ORDER ARE YOU EXPECTING!?!"
Saber is trying to get the axe out of the panel but has not luck as he yanks at
it continuously in anger, Dillusion then hits a double axe handle on the back
of Saber sending him into the ramp. Dillusion hit's with a stiff right hand
following up with a head butt now before beginning to drag Saber back down to
the ring by his hair this time. The heavier Saber however proving to be a lot
more difficult to move but Dillusion eventually manages to get him into the
aisle before walking over to the steel chair that lay at ringside...
Sharper: "Dillusion now maybe looking to put this match to bed?"
Kayl: "For these fans sake I certainly hope not, this has been
insane!"
Saber begins to climb on his hands and knees as Dillusion lifts the chair up,
but Saber hits a low blow driving the wind out of Dillusion as he drops to one
knee. Saber now on his knees connects with a right hand of his own Dillusion
reeling back a little before returning with shot of his own, the two go at it
back and forth as the crowd gets behind both men it seems now. Saber throws
another shot which Dillusion now blocks and gets to his feet before kicking
Saber in the chest. The supreme champion grabs Saber and applies a double under
hook of both arms before pulling him to his feet and dragging him closer to the
ring before unleashing a series of knee shots to the face. Dillusion then using
all his strength lifts Saber up and drops him with a backbreaker,
and covers.

KICKOUT BY SABER!! The crowd sighs as Dillusion holds his head now a little
surprised he kicked out, but gets up remaining focused at the task at hand.
Dillusion pulls Saber up and manages to roll him into the ring now before
stumbling over and grabbing the steel chair and hurling that into the ring as
well. The crowd begin to cheer on the Rejected superstar as he drops to a knee
and lifts up the apron curtain to find more stuff pulling out another chair and
throwing that in which just about misses the referee.
Sharper: "Dillusion now finding himself more toys to play with."
Kayl: "I'm not liking Sabers chances here."
Dillusion now slides into the ring and sits up as Saber now rests up against a
corner holding the back of his neck with a twisted grin on his face. Dillusion
gets to his feet and stumbles over kicking him in the face,
then grabs the top rope and rains down more kicks over and over again.
Dillusion grabs a chair and rests it's against Saber before walking over to
another corner, he runs out but Saber springs to his feet with the steel chair
in hand and drops Dillusion with a solid shot to the skull. Saber drops down
himself and hooks both legs.

KICKOUT BY DILLUSION!! Saber rolls over holding his head in anger before
slamming his fist into the mat. He gets to his feet with the chair now in hand
and drags Dillusion to the corner before opening the chair and putting
Dillusions head inside it and closing. Again the crowd begins to buzz as Saber
scales to the apron and starts to slowly climb the outside turnbuckle while in
the ring Dillusion is starting to stir. Saber now at the top suddenly drops
onto the top as Dillusion lunges at the top rope in desperation the chair still
around his head.
Sharper: "Dillusion doing whatever he can to make sure Saber didn't hit
that, great awareness there by the fromer Underground
Champion!"
Kayl: "But that begs to question what he has in store now if he has anything
left in the tank!?!"
Dillusion has removed the chair and connects
with it across Sabers Skull knocking him for six as he sits on top. Dillusion
now opens it up before walking over to another chair and opens that up placing
them side by side, and for the finishing touch with the already broken steel
chair from earlier in the night he creates a
bridge. Stepping over Dillusion scales the second rope and hits a hard
right to the face of Saber who counters with one of his own, Saber looking to
get the advantage as he double under hooks Dillusion now. The crowd erupts with
Dillusion chants trying to spur him on and it seems to have worked as Dillusion
breaks free of the hold and manages to lift Saber onto his shoulders for a
fireman's carry. The strain on Dillusions face says it all but he manages to
throw him over and spin through with a tombstone pile driver, better known to
fans as The Void onto the steel chairs below.
Sharper: "THE VOID ON THE CHAIRS! THE VOID ON THE CHAIRS THIS HAS TO BE
IT!!"
Kayl: "IF THAT DOESN'T PUT HIM AWAY NOTHING WILL!!"
The crowd has erupted as Dillusion covers hooking both legs of Sabers for good
measure.

3!!!
The crowd erupts again as Dillusion rolls off and the bell finally sounds. The
referee helps Dillusion to his feet first and raises his arm in the air which
gets another cheer from the fans in attendance. The referee begins to help
Saber get out of the ring now as Dillusion stumbles over to a corner and climbs
it raising his arms in victory even though the wounds of a war are ever
present.
Sharper: "Dillusion finally put Saber away and got his revenge in the
process, but you can't help but wonder if this is just the beginning or really
is the end!"
Kayl: "I have no idea Andrew, but what we witnessed was something else
entirely an-"
All of a sudden Kayl has cut himself off as a figure slides into the ring and
stares at Dillusion from behind who is none the wise even though the crowd are
trying to let him know. Dillusion drops down to the canvas and before he knows
is spun around and lifted up onto the figures shoulders and stands in the
middle of the ring before throwing him over and planting a stiff knee to the
face.
Sharper: "WHAT THEHELL, WHO IS THAT!?!"
Kayl: "JOSH HUDSON!?! WHATS HE DOING HERE!?!"
Sharper: "MORE IMPORTANTLY WHY DID HE JUST LAYOUT DILLUSION!?!"
Hudson is standing over a now unconscious Dillusion with a far from happy look
on his face, the referee who was outside is quick to re-enter the ring and
yells at Hudson to leave which he does on his own terms however.
Sharper: "I don't believe this one bit, Dillusion goes through one hell of
a fight with Saber and then at the end Josh hudson
attacks him for no reason whatsoever?!!"
Kayl: "I'm sure there's a reason Andrew, but will we find out tonight more
than like no!"
The cameras show Hudson exiting the ring now and slowly backing away as the
crowd boo the former SCW world Champion as he heads up the aisle keeping his
eyes on the ring at all times as the scene slowly fades to black.
We see a shot of the entrance pyro
from Rise to Greatness 2011 before going to black.
“Everyone wants a shot at
greatness....”
We then see a shot of David Helms
holding his World Championship over his head, before showing a shot of Jake
Starr holding the title over his head, followed by Lucas Knight, Thorn, Jason
Zero and Shawn Winters.
“One man has a guarantee ticket to
main event history...but the other...”
Phillips: “The following match is the
Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal!”
Cheers are heard as we see shots of
Greg Cherry celebrating, followed by The Real Speed, Matt Hodges, James Exeter,
Damian Angel, Adam Riddick and finally CHBK.
“...but the odds will be
lessened....”
We then see shots quickly of all of
the members of the roster before stopping and showing shots from each other
years Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal.
“...And only one will survive....”
“SCW presents Taking Hold of the
Flame, live Sunday, May 29, 2011...only on Pay Per
View!”
We return to a live shot inside the Oracle Arena in
Oakland, California and the crowd can be heard cheering.
Sharper: “Taking Hold of the Flame will be next
month on May 29th, the road to Rise to Greatness will kick off and
Taking Hold of the Flame is also going to be historic.”
Kayl: “Yeah. Going back to how it was several years
ago, Sasha noting the level of competition has brought the cap BACK to forty
people. Forty entrants will be involved in the match. It’s going to be huge.”
Sharper: “Forty individuals all fighting for a shot
at the World Championship at Rise to Greatness. Wow.”
Kayl: “But that’s not all. Now we have someone’s
own Rise to Greatness if you will. The match he was wanted for months.”
“Thunderstruck” starts to play in the background as
a still of Alex Desoubrais Jr. vs. CHBK comes up on the screen.
Sharper: “CHBK agreed to face his son here tonight
in a ten minute challenge. Alex Desoubrais Jr. has ten minutes to take out his
father.”
Kayl: “And if he does what he has planned, Thorn
may have the night off tomorrow night!”
Alex Desoubrais Jr. vs. The Canadian
Heartbreak Kid
Ten Minute Challenge
“Who Wouldn't Wanna Be Me” plays throughout the
arena and the lights strobe around the entrance way as Alex Desoubrais Jr. in a
fur coat and sunglasses, walks out from the back. Justin Davis is with him. He
admires the crowd before stopping and posing at the top of the entrance way.
The crowd cheers and Desoubrais Jr. makes his way down
to the ring before walking over to the steel steps. He walks up them and looks
into the ring. He enters the ring before walking around the ring. He slides off
his coat before taking off his sunglasses and turns before placing them both
outside of the ring. He then starts to pace back and forth as Justin Davis hops
on the apron and hypes him up a bit.
Sharper: “Alex Desoubrais Jr. asked for this match
on Breakdown. His father willing to give it to him. He
has he has ten minutes.”
Kayl: “If he even needs it.”
Sharper: “In any case, you see Justin Davis with
Alex Desoubrais Jr. Rachel Foxx preparing for her Underground Championship
match. Davis brought in by Foxx to be in his corner for support.”
Kayl: “Yeah and on top of that, Alex Desoubrais Jr.
had his birthday two days ago. Hell of a birthday gift for him tonight. His
father who’s ass he can kick!”
“This is How a Heart
Breaks” plays throughout the arena. Boos come from the crowd and the spotlights
start to circle the arena. A few moments pass and CHBK walks out from the back
with his arms outstretched. Pyro shoots out from the sides of the entrance way
and CHBK looks out at the ring and smirks. The camera cuts to the ring to show Alex
Desoubrais Jr. glaring at CHBK. CHBK walks down to the ring as the boos continue. He reaches the ring and runs up the steel
steps and onto the apron. Alex Desoubrais Jr. steps back to his corner as CHBK
just smiles before entering the ring and looks out at the crowd with his arms
outstretched. He then stops in the center of the ring and poses in the center
of the ring as pyro shoots out of the ringposts. He then takes off his entrance
attire and places it on the outside. He then turns back to his son and rubs his
hands together. The crowd starts to roar, awaiting the start of the match.
Sharper: “CHBK looks ready. A bit
confident.”
Kayl: “Well people are going to say that CHBK has
never lost to his son. This is true. But then again, Alju has never been THIS
pissed off.”
Sharper: “The motivation that Alex Desoubrais Jr.
has is quite powerful. CHBK turning his back on Alex Jr.’s mother and a
marriage of over twenty-five years to join Infamous at the end of last year.”
The bell sounds and the crowd roars as Alex
Desoubrais Jr. looks at his father. CHBK just tells him to bring it and Alex
Jr. just continues to fume before CHBK smirks and leans back against the ropes.
Alex Jr. suddenly rushes at CHBK, but CHBK moves out of the way and throws Alex
Desoubrais Jr. into the top rope. Alex Jr. turns around and CHBK nails him with
a hard jab before chopping him across the chest. The crowd woos. He then chops
him again. Alex Jr. winces and CHBK then grabs him and hip tosses him out of
the corner. Alex Jr. rolls over and starts to get up and CHBK then walks over
and kicks him in the ribs. Alex Jr. winces and CHBK pulls back on the hair of
his son. CHBK then knees him in the ribs. The crowd boos as Davis pounds on the
mat. CHBK then grabs him and turns before throwing him out of the ring. CHBK
then walks around the ring as Alex Desoubrais Jr. slowly gets up.
Sharper: “CHBK just taking his son to the floor to
start up. CHBK using that experience to take Alex Jr. off his
game early.”
Kayl: “Yeah, but that may just frustrate Alex
Desoubrais Jr. and motivate him more. I just want to see that man get his ass
handed to him!”
Alex Jr. starts to pull himself up and Davis walks
around the ring before CHBK turns to the referee and tells him to get back.
Davis stops and shakes his head as he walks around. Alex Jr. pulls himself up
onto the apron and CHBK turns and nails him with a hard right. He then grabs
him by the hair and pulls him back into the ring through the ropes and just
dumps him on the mat. Alex Jr. rolls over and CHBK grabs him and wrenches his
arm before forcing him back to the mat and placing his knee against the
shoulder. He then pushes him down as Alex Jr. yells out and punches the mat.
Kayl: “Look at this. CHBK knows he’s got the time.
Alex Jr. wants revenge. CHBK doesn’t care about winning here.”
Sharper: “Yeah. Ten minutes is all this match has
been allotted for and Alex Desoubrais Jr. needs to get the job done there. CHBK
however is pinning his son down.”
Kayl: “Not letting him do much.”
CHBK holds on and Davis yells at Alex Jr. Alex Jr.
moves a bit and tries to pull his arm away, but yells out in pain as his father
pushes down on his arm. Alex Jr. continues to fight before CHBK just smirks and
cuffs him in the back of the head. Alex Jr. grits his teeth before starting to
push up a bit and CHBK turns into a fujiwara arm bar. The crowd boos as CHBK
starts to bridge up and Alex Desoubrais Jr. yells in more pain. He then starts to
move himself. He slowly pulls himself over to the ropes. He gets a bit closer
before finally grabbing them. The crowd cheers a bit and CHBK just holds on as
the referee calls for the break.

CHBK lets go and rolls over. Alex Desoubrais Jr.
rolls over and grabs at the ropes. CHBK then walks around as the crowd boos.
Kayl: “And a bunch of time off the clock.”
Sharper: “Yeah and CHBK knew that. He’s just toying
with his son.”
Alex Desoubrais Jr. starts to lift himself up and
CHBK grabs the arm. He then pulls on it and goes to throw him down with an arm
trap bulldog, but Alex Desoubrais Jr. spins around and grabs CHBK by the hair.
He then turns and throws him forward. CHBK stumbles forward and stops at the
ropes. He turns around and Alex Jr. jumps up and dropkicks him in the jaw. CHBK
pops up and starts to go up and over the top rope. Davis yells out to Alex Jr.
and Alex Jr. turns and grabs the foot of CHBK and pulls him back in before just
taking him down with a leg takedown and then diving over him and nailing him
with hard rights before alternating with rights and lefts as the crowd starts
to roar.
Sharper: “And Alex Desoubrais Jr. He got CHBK down.
Look at him go!”
Kayl: “He’s teeing off on his face! Rights and
lefts! Hammering down!”
Alex Desoubrais Jr. continues to hammer away as the
crowd continues to cheer as CHBK starts to cover up. Alex Jr. nails him with a
few more before getting up. He then walks around. He smiles and CHBK rolls
over, holding his jaw before Alex Desoubrais Jr. grabs him. He then lifts him
up before hooking him up and hoisting him up before throwing him over with a
vertical suplex. CHBK rolls over, wincing in pain and Alex Desoubrais Jr. grabs
him from behind. He then clubs him in the back. He clubs him a second time
before spinning him around and firing him into the ropes. CHBK stops at the
ropes and Alex Desoubrais Jr. notices this and runs at him only for CHBK to get
his elbow up. Alex Jr. stumbles back and CHBK turns and runs at him and
clotheslines him down. The crowd sighs and Alex Desoubrais Jr. turns around and
starts to get up. CHBK just turns and kicks him hard in the head and Alex Jr.
falls back. CHBK then drops to his knees before rolling out of the ring.
Sharper: “Now where is he going?”
Kayl: “He’s running off! Alex Desoubrais Jr. has
him running scared!”
Sharper: “Well he can’t do that tomorrow night in
the Thunderdome. But still, I’m a bit shocked about that.”
Alex Desoubrais Jr. looks up and CHBK starts to
walk around the ring as the crowd boos. He gets to the rampway and Justin Davis
runs over to him and stands in front of him and stops before pointing to the
ring. CHBK just looks at him and Davis continues to stop him. CHBK tries to get
past him, but Davis shoves him back. CHBK just looks over as the crowd cheers
and he backs up a bit before suddenly, Alex Desoubrais Jr. runs at the ropes.
CHBK then turns around and Alex Jr. dives over the top rope and lands on top of
CHBK, taking him down on the floor. The crowd roars as CHBK is laid out on the ground.
Sharper: “Suicide dive over the top rope! Down goes
CHBK!”
Kayl: “Yeah! He’s not going anywhere! Davis is
making sure Alex Desoubrais Jr. gets what he came here for!”
Sharper: “This crowd on their feet for the former
Adrenaline Champion as Alex Jr. takes a risk. Can he get his father back in the
ring and get the revenge he wants!”
Alex Desoubrais Jr. slowly stirs as the crowd
cheers. Davis steps back as the referee starts to count both men out. (1) Alex
Jr. gets up and walks over to CHBK. (2) He then lifts
him up and drags him to the ring before rolling him in. (3) He then rolls into
the ring and CHBK starts to get up and Alex Desoubrais Jr. grabs him and lifts
CHBK back to his feet before throwing him back with a back suplex. The crowd
cheers and Alex Desoubrais Jr. rolls over. He then
gets up and walks over to the corner. He then climbs up to the top rope as CHBK
remains down. Alex Jr. gets to the top rope before glancing back. He then dives
back and hits a moonsault onto CHBK. The crowd ohs and Alex Desoubrais Jr. rolls over as CHBK rolls onto his stomach. Alex Jr. then
grabs CHBK and lifts him up. He then clubs him in the back before nailing him
with a hard forearm in the spine. CHBK yells out and walks over to the ropes.
Sharper: “And Alex Desoubrais Jr. punishing his
father here, but he’s not going for the pin.”
Kayl: “He wants to do more damage! He wants to make
him pay!”
Alex Desoubrais Jr. spins him around and fires him
across the ring and into the corner. CHBK flips up the turnbuckle before
dropping back down and turning around and Alex Desoubrais Jr. runs at him and
nails him with a spinning heel kick. The crowd cheers. Alex Desoubrais Jr. then
gets up and looks around as the crowd cheers. Alex Jr. then
slingshots himself over the top rope. He looks around before springboarding to
the top rope and attempting a 450 splash, but CHBK gets his knees up. The crowd
ohs and boos and Alex Desoubrais Jr. rolls over in pain. CHBK rolls over and
grabs at the ropes before pulling himself up to his feet. He then looks back as
Alex Jr. slowly gets up. CHBK then climbs up to the middle turnbuckle before
spinning around and nailing Alex Jr. in the head with a double axe handle
smash. The crowd boos and Alex Jr. falls to the mat.
Kayl: “Damn it!”
CHBK: “And just like that, CHBK is back in this
thing and back in control!”
Kayl: “Yeah and Alex Desoubrais Jr. now wishing he
had gone for the pin, but I don’t blame him for going after CHBK. I would too!”
Alex Desoubrais Jr. stirs and starts to get up and CHBK
grabs him and lifts him up. He winces a bit before spinning him around and
hooking his arm and throwing him back with a snap suplex. The crowd ohs and
Alex Jr. sits up in pain. He then starts to get up and CHBK forces him down for
a pin.

Alex Jr. kicks out. He rolls over and CHBK grabs
him by the head. He then looks around before dragging him up and nailing him
with a hard right. Alex Jr. stumbles back and CHBK then pushes him against the
ropes before whipping him across the ring. Alex Jr. bounces off the ropes and
CHBK catches him with a boot before double underhooking his arms and dropping
him with a double arm DDT. The crowd boos and CHBK rolls over. Alex Desoubrais
Jr. ends up on his back and CHBK smiles as he gets up.
Kayl: “Right on his head...”
Sharper: “Double arm DDT. CHBK hit it at a great
time. Alex Desoubrais Jr. is spiked in the middle of the ring.”
CHBK then turns around and stomps him in the head.
Alex Desoubrais Jr. rolls over. He winces and CHBK grabs him and drags him up
to his feet. He then drags him over to the corner. CHBK then backs up and nails
Alex Jr. with a hard chop. The crowd woos. CHBK then chops Alex Desoubrais Jr.
in the chest again. The crowd woos again. CHBK then grabs him and goes to whip
him across the ring, only for Alex Desoubrais Jr. to spins through and pull CHBK in before then throwing him over with a Japanese
arm drag. CHBK gets back up and Alex Desoubrais Jr. kicks him in the ribs. He
then places his head between his legs. He then hoists CHBK up before turning
and throwing him back first with a powerbomb into the corner. The crowd cheers and CHBK drops down to a seated position on the
ground.
Sharper: “Powerbomb in the corner!”
Kayl: “Ow!”
Sharper: “And he’s coming for more! Oh man! Look
out!”
Alex Desoubrais Jr. walks to the middle of the ring
before turning around and running at CHBK and drilling him in the jaw with a
running dropkick. The crowd ohs and Alex Desoubrais Jr. rolls
back. He then gets up as Davis cheers him on. CHBK is out of it and Alex
Desoubrais Jr. grabs him and drags him up to his feet. He then hooks him up and
lifts him up before spinning him around and from a vertical suplex into a
cutter. CHBK rolls over and onto his back. Alex Desoubrais Jr. then turns and
walks over to the corner. He looks around and smiles before he climbs up to the
top rope. He gets to the top rope and looks around before attempting the Double
Take. He however lands hard on the mat as CHBK rolls out of the way. Davis
turns away in disappointment. Alex Desoubrais Jr. pops back up and CHBK slowly
gets up before Alex Desoubrais Jr. turns to him and CHBK nails him in the jaw
with the Bittersweet Ending. The crowd ohs and then boos as Alex Desoubrais Jr.
lands on his back and CHBK falls forward, chest first to the mat.
Sharper: “Oh my! Double Take fails! Bittersweet
Ending connects!”
Kayl: “Damn it! Come on Alex. Get up. Fight through
it.”
Sharper: “Davis is pacing at ringside, trying to
come up with anything to help will Alex Desoubrais Jr. into this. CHBK took advantage
of a huge risk that did not pay off for Alex Desoubrais Jr.”
CHBK stirs and slowly rolls over before slowly
moving to the ropes. He then leans on them as Alex Desoubrais Jr. remains down
on the mat. CHBK rolls over and just continues to lean back. Alex Jr. stirs a
bit and CHBK grabs the ropes and pulls himself up to his feet and stumbles over
to the corner. He then looks at Alex Desoubrais Jr. as he slowly stirs. Davis
pounds on the mat as Alex Jr. rolls over. CHBK then walks over and grabs Alex Desoubrais
Jr. and then grabs his arm and goes for a Katahajme. He pulls him back and Alex
Jr. reaches around as Davis at him. Alex Desoubrais Jr. manages to get to his
feet and CHBK tries to scissor the leg only for Alex Jr. to reach around. CHBK
tries again and Alex Jr. manages to reach around before jumping up and pushing
back on the ropes, forcing CHBK back. The crowd roars and Alex Desoubrais Jr.
rolls through. Both men get up and Alex Jr. jumps up and hits an enziguri to
the head of CHBK, dropping him down.
Sharper: “Huge kick to the head. Enziguri
connects!”
Kayl: “Drop him now! He’s dazed! Go for the win!”
Alex Desoubrais Jr. then looks at him and kicks him
in the ribs before spiking him with a DDT. CHBK rolls
onto his back and Alex Desoubrais Jr. then runs over to the ropes and jumps up
to the top rope. He then twists in the air and hits the Double Take. He then
rolls over, holding his ribs in pain. CHBK rolls over in pain and Alex
Desoubrais Jr. crawls over, holding his ribs as the crowd erupts in cheers. He
then hooks the leg for the pin.

CHBK grabs the bottom rope. The referee notes this
and throws his arms in the air. Alex Desoubrais Jr. rolls off and throws his
arms in the air as the bell sounds. The crowd roars as CHBK rolls over and
reaches through the ropes and pulls himself to the floor. He then falls to his
knees before pulling himself up and starting to walk to the back. Davis looks
around and Alex Desoubrais Jr. turns and the referee tells him that he hasn’t
won.”
Kayl: “What just happened? Did he win?”
Sharper: “I don’t think so. I don’t think so at
all. I think the time ran out!”
Kayl: “Damn it.....”
Sharper: “CHBK had his hand on the rope. The
referee saw it. I know that.”
The referee continues to talk to Alex Desoubrais
Jr. as Alex Jr. finally realizes that he hasn’t won.
Phillips: “Ladies and gentlemen, the time for this
match has expired. Therefore it is ruled a draw!”
The crowd boos and Alex Desoubrais Jr. looks around
before nailing the referee with a hard right. Davis slides into the ring and
gets up before stopping Alex Desoubrais Jr. CHBK continues to the back as Alex
Desoubrais Jr. just stands in the ring over the referee. He then turns and
looks over at CHBK and starts to go to the ropes. Davis just looks at him and
lets him go as CHBK glances back. He then turns and starts to
move faster. Alex Desoubrais Jr. slides under the bottom rope and starts
to run up the rampway as the crowd roars only for more officials to come out
from the back in response to the referee being hit and stop him. Alex
Desoubrais Jr. gets past one before a couple more stop him. CHBK turns around
and smiles as he then backs up and goes through the curtain to the back. The
crowd just boos as Alex Desoubrais Jr. tries to push past the officials to no
avail.
Sharper: “CHBK getting out again! He gets out of
dodge.”
Kayl: “Well at least until tomorrow! Tomorrow he’s
going to pay. Thunderdome! Thorn and CHBK tomorrow night in
San Jose!”
The crowd continues to boo as Alex Desoubrais Jr.
tries to get through. Justin Davis exits the ring and goes over to him to help
calm him down. Alex Jr. however keeps fighting for a few moments longer before
we go backstage.
Backstage the scene opens up as we see Jessica
Winters inside the Infamous locker room. We see Syren getting ready in the back
of the room along with Christy Matthews and we see Ravyn Taylor standing next
to her. The crowd boos upon seeing them.
Jessica: “Ladies and gentlemen, I am inside the
locker room of Infamous and I am with Ravyn Taylor and-“
Ravyn just stops Jessica and smiles.
Ravyn: “Allow me to answer the question that you
asked David earlier. You wanted to know what it was all about. Well, anyone who
frequently RTV, my online website, will have seen a very...personal look at Mr.
Helms and his life and well, he didn’t seem to care for it. Now, if he bought
into all of the crap he talks about respect and competition and keeping in the
ring, he wouldn’t have attacked me....I guess he isn’t as noble as he thought.”
The crowd boos and Ravyn Taylor smirks.
Ravyn: “That’s fine. Because see, Jessica, as much
as David wants to focus on tonight, I’m going to let him do that. Honestly, I
enjoy watching Greg Cherry run around like a lost puppy dog crying about his
wife and kid. Hated them last year, still do today. So
I’ll let him try and keep that interesting saga going. But David...I’m not done
trying to destroy your little facade. You keep talking about how you’re higher
than us all. You’re on your pedestal and I know you’re getting sick of hearing
the rumblings. Well, I’m going to help you...by knocking you off your perch and
making you look up at Infamous as it should have been all along!”
Ravyn smirks before looking back at Jessica.
Ravyn: “Oh...and in the process, I’m going to let Kiss-Chester
and the Chadettes fine out that they should be paying their respects to us as
well, especially when Syren and I take advantage of our long awaited rematch
and bring home the World Tag Team Championship!”
Lucas Knight then walks into view and turns and
looks at Jessica and smirks. Ravyn steps back and looks a bit annoyed as Lucas
then turns to Jessica.
Lucas: “Oh and love....whoever does not make out
tonight as champion, I’ll be sure that tomorrow night, their failure will be my
success!”
The crowd boos as the camera focuses on Lucas for a
moment.
Kayl: “Assholes...”
The scene then changes to show Hallucigen backstage
just outside of the tunnel. He’s got his Dillusion collectibles with him and
the SCW Underground Championship in his hand. He just paces back and forth,
talking silently to himself, inaudibly to the camera.
Sharper: “Hallucigen standing there, pacing, trying to figure out what he’s going to do. He’s got an
Underground Championship match next.”
Kayl: “And a near impossible situation! He can’t
hit Rachel! Orders of Dillusion!”
Rachel Foxx vs. Hallucigen
SCW Underground Championship
The lights in the arena go completely dark as the
eerie intro of "Lifelike" by Karnivool begins playing over the loud
speakers. As the strings continue a single electric guitar strum echos through
the arena, lightning strikes on the jumbo-tron illuminate a female silhouette.
The silhouette fades, and the words "THE SUICIDE QUEEN" appear in
jagged letters, and then fade. More lightning strikes illuminate a picture of
Rachel's eyes, and then fade into the words "RACHEL FOXX". As the
intro reaches its climax, we hear a sadistic female laugh. The intro ends and
loud guitars begin blaring over the speakers as blue pyros shoot up in front of
the entrance. After a few moments, Rachel Foxx walks out the wall of blue
sparks as she carries her trademark sledgehammer in the other hand. Rachel is
wearing a black Affliction shirt that has been cut into a half-shirt and hangs
off one shoulder, a black skirt with a white studded belt, black fishnet
stockings and knee high leather boots. The sparks fade and the house lights
return, casting an eerie blue glow over the entire arena. Rachel takes a deep
breath, plasters an evil grin on her lips, before sauntering down the ramp. The
crowd cheers her a bit. Rachel climbs the turn buckle and raises her arms in
the air as a wall of fire shoots up behind her. Evil burns in her eyes as she
tilts her head back and releases a sadistic laugh. After a few moments, the
flames die down, and Rachel hops off the turnbuckle and walks around the ring.
Sharper: “Things did not go as planned with Alex
Desoubrais Jr. moments ago, but Rachel Foxx is looking to at least make this a
partially happy evening for that duo.”
Kayl: “Well she may have a good opportunity.
Hallucigen was told by Dillusion that he can’t touch Rachel Foxx. He can’t
launch any offensive!”
Just when the crowd begins to settle, their
heartbeats slowing, oxygen once again filling their lungs, "You're Gonna
Go Far, Kid," results in another uproar. Hallucigen meanwhile walks out of
the back with the SCW Underground Championship from the back. His arrival
highlighted by the green laser lights shooting forth from the entry way,
shining over the shoulders of Dillusion's faithful fan-boy. A highly sought
collectible Dillusion lunchbox was gripped in his hand and an equally as
valuable Dillusion-themed backpack graced the shoulders of the Underground
Champion, who steadily moved towards the ring.
Kayl: “What in the world...”
Sharper: “Well, uh, I guess he’s trying to make
sure that he stays in the good books of Dillusion.”
Kayl: “Since when do we sell lunchboxes and
backpacks on supremecw.com.”
Sharper: “As far as I know, we don’t.”
On his way he paused ever so briefly to turn in
circles, head whipping back and forth to gauge the reactions of the excited
fans in attendance. Finally he stopped surveying responses and slipped into the
ring, where he performed a series of laps, running from one set of ropes to the
other. After thoroughly limbering himself up for competition he carefully forks
over the lunchbox, bookbag, and his coveted Underground Championship. Rachel
Foxx meanwhile just looks at Hallucigen smiling. The referee turns and holds
the Underground Championship over his head.
Sharper: “In any case, the SCW Underground
Championship will be on the line. Hallucigen is going to be in between a rock
and a hard place here.”
Kayl: “Rock and a hard place. Hell, just say he’s
between two circular saws two inches apart. One of them is Rachel Foxx. The
other will be Dillusion when he’s regaining the blood he’s spilled through
multiple transfusions!”
Hallucigen just looks at that Underground
Championship belt as the referee hands it off to Jason Phillips as the SCW
Underground Championship logo comes across the screen before fading into the
corner. The official backs up and then calls for the bell and Hallucigen looks
around and takes a deep breath only for Rachel to run at him. Hallucigen steps
through the ropes for a break, but Rachel kicks him in the ribs. Hallucigen
winces and Rachel then reaches up and grabs Hallucigen and pulls him back
against the top rope. She then nails him with a hard forearm and then another
and another. Hallucigen yells at the referee for a break, but Rachel just
laughs before kneeing him in the ribs. Hallucigen turns and pulls himself
through the ropes and onto the apron before Rachel grabs him and nails him with
another forearm, knocking him off the apron. Hallucigen stumbles back. Rachel
then climbs up to the top rope and Hallucigen looks up before turning and
walking away. Rachel grabs the ropes and drops down to the apron as the crowd
boos. Hallucigen keeps walking away, almost as if trying to buy time, but
Rachel runs along the apron and before Hallucigen can turn the corner, Rachel
jumps over and tackles him, causing him to fall forward and into the barricade.
Rachel rolls into the barricade herself and winces as Hallucigen rolls over,
holding and rearranging his mask.
Sharper: “Rachel just going right after Hallucigen,
knocking him hard into the barricade.”
Kayl: “Hallucigen is trying to do anything to give
himself space. He doesn’t know what to do.”
Sharper: “He attacks Rachel Foxx, he pisses off his
hero. If he loses the Underground Championship, he pisses off his hero. He
can’t win!”
Rachel gets back up and Hallucigen stirs and Rachel
grabs him and lifts him up before dragging him to the barricade and throwing
Hallucigen face first into it. He falls back as the crowd roars. Rachel then
walks over to Hallucigen and kicks him in the ribs. He then does it again
before turning and grabbing him and throwing him into the steel steps. The
crowd ohs and Hallucigen bounces off before falling forward and against the
steel steps and then turning before seating down next to it. The top half of
the steps barely move.
Kayl: “Oh! Those steps didn’t move an inch and
trust me, that hurts. Imagine running into a brick
wall. Literally.”
Sharper: “Please just imagine. We don’t need our
fans actually doing so.”
Rachel just walks around before smiling and running
at Hallucigen and going to go for a running knee, but Hallucigen moves out of
the way and Rachel goes knees first into the steps before rolling down them and
to the mats. Hallucigen crawls around and crawls over to the timekeeper’s table
as the crowd roars for Rachel going into the steps. Rachel winces and
Hallucigen grabs a steel chair and folds it up.
Sharper: “Well Hallucigen may be looking to hold
onto the title here. He’s got a chair.”
Kayl: “Hell. Start swinging for the fences. Maybe
Dillusion’s going in and out of consciousness backstage. He may miss it!”
Hallucigen then gets up and walks over to the
announce table and looks at Sharper and Kayl before sliding the chair in front
of Kayl. He then turns and tells Kayl to hit Rachel with it.
Kayl: “What?”
Hallucigen: “You hit her!”
Kayl: “The hell am I going
to hit her. I have to save my energy. Gotta destroy Zero!”
Hallucigen: “Please!”
Kayl: “You do it!”
Hallucigen: “OH NO! I’m not going to.....You! Sharper!”
Sharper: “I am not going to risk the wrath of
Rachel! I’m sorry son, but you’re on your own!”
Meanwhile, Rachel grabs the ringbell from ringside
and Hallucigen continues to plead with Kayl.
Kayl: “I told you! You’re on you’re own!
Dillusion’s probably half out of it as is! He won’t remember. Tell him it was a
mirage!”
Hallucigen then turns and Rachel swings and nails
Hallucigen in the head with the ring bell. Hallucigen gets his hand up, but
falls back and into the Spanish announce table. Rachel then throws the bell
away before grabbing the steel chair. She turns and places it on the floor next
to the Spanish table and grabs Hallucigen. She then turns and drops him with a
DDT on the steel chair. The crowd ohs and Rachel goes for the pin.

Hallucigen kicks out. Rachel looks down and grabs
Hallucigen. She then spins him up to his feet before snap suplexing him over.
The crowd ohs and Hallucigen yells in pain. Rachel then looks over before
smirking and placing the chair on top of Hallucigen. Rachel then climbs up on
top of the Spanish announce table. She then glances back before diving off and
hitting a moonsault onto Hallucigen, driving the chair, and herself,
into his chest. Rachel winces in pain from the impact and rolls over as
Hallucigen rolls over, kicking his feet in pain.
Sharper: “Moonsault off the table and onto
Hallucigen. That took something out of both of them.”
Kayl: “Well Hallucigen at this point may not need
to worry about much with Dillusion. Rachel is making sure that he may be
unconscious from the pain!”
Rachel gets up and Hallucigen grabs at the table
and starts to pull himself up. Rachel then turns and grabs him and throws him
hard into the barricade. Rachel then turns and grabs the steel chair. She then
turns and blasts Hallucigen with it, hard in the back. Hallucigen’s knees
buckle as he remains laying against the barricade. Rachel then throws the chair
away before turning to the apron. She then climbs up before looking over at
Hallucigen. She smirks and climbs up to the top rope. The crowd starts to climb
to their feet awaiting something huge. Rachel then dives off the top, but
Hallucigen dives out of the way and Rachel goes hard chest first into the
barricade. Rachel winces and leans against it.
Kayl: “No one home!”
Sharper: “Chest first into the barricade. Not a
good landing at all!”
Hallucigen then rolls over the top of the barricade
and grabs the protection on the one side and then looks around before kicking
at the barricade. It moves a bit and Hallucigen then backs up along the crowd
as many fans touch him. He then turns around and runs at the barricade and hits
a dropkick into the barricade. It falls over, causing the bottom to fly out and
it to cause Rachel to land on her head and the barricade to land on Hallucigen’s
knees a bit. Rachel however is down and Hallucigen winces as he rolls out from
under it.
Sharper: “Oh! I’ve never seen anything like that!
He kicked the barricade. He didn’t touch Rachel!”
Kayl: “No he didn’t. But it causes the barricade to
land on Rachel. Go for the cover!”
Hallucigen dives on top of the barricade as the
official looks for the shoulders before going for the count.

Rachel manages to kick out and enough for the
barricade to move and Hallucigen to roll off. The crowd sighs and Hallucigen
looks up. He then looks around before turning and crawling to the ring. He then
looks underneath before pulling out a table. The crowd roars upon seeing it and
Hallucigen lifts it up onto its side before unfolding the one side before unfolding
the other and then lifting it up onto its legs. He then looks around before
going over to Rachel as she starts to get up. Hallucigen grabs her and slowly
rolls her down the barricade and onto the mats again. Security comes in to
prevent fans in.
Kayl: “What is he doing?”
Sharper: “Well I don’t think this can be considered
offense. He’s just rolling her towards the ring.”
Kayl: “Very gingerly too.”
Hallucigen then grabs her and lifts her up by the
arm, almost as if trying to safe her and then turns and lifts her up and places
her onto the apron. Hallucigen climbs up as Rachel starts to stir and
Hallucigen quickly enters the ring. Rachel starts to get up
and Rachel then goes for a forearm, but Hallucigen ducks. Rachel
attempts another, but Hallucigen ducks that before firmly pushing back on the
rope and Rachel falls back and through the table. The crowd roars a bit and
Hallucigen then quickly dives out of the ring and dives on top of Rachel.
1!
2!
Rachel gets her shoulder up. The crowd ohs and Hallucigen
turns and smacks the mat. He then looks back to Rachel before looking around.
He starts to pace a bit as Rachel starts to move.
Kayl: “Hallucigen needs to come with another plan
here. Rachel starting to stir.”
Sharper: “And she’s got to be getting more and more angry here.”
Kayl: “Angrier?”
Sharper: “That too.”
Rachel continues to stir and Hallucigen turns and
looks under the ring again. He moves around a bit before reaching under and
grabbing something before pulling out a ladder. The crowd rises to their feet
and roar and Hallucigen then grabs it and lifts it up. He then turns and slides
it into the ring. Hallucigen looks around before taking a deep breath. He looks
at Rachel as she starts to get up before Hallucigen grabs the ladder and then
lifts it up before turning and leaning against the ropes. He then takes a deep
breath before suddenly slipping, throwing the ladder over the top rope and
right into Rachel.
Kayl: “Oh my God...”
Sharper: “Well, he ‘slipped.’ I think we can call
it that.”
Kayl: “He’s going for the pin.”
Sharper: “Does that count for offense? In Dillusion’s mind.”
Kayl: “In Dillusion’s mind, thinking dirty thoughts
is probably an offensive maneuver!”
The crowd roars and Hallucigen turns and dives
through the ropes again before going for the pin.
1!
2!
Rachel kicks out again. Hallucigen yells out and
Rachel rolls over and stirs before Hallucigen grabs the ladder and lifts it up
before sliding it into the ring. Hallucigen then looks around before he looks
at Rachel. He goes to lift her up, but then stops. He then stops again before
then grabbing her and lifting her up before then actually stepping in front of
her and lifting her up in a piggyback. He then holds on and walks up the steel
steps before suddenly, Rachel looks up a bit confused and then jumps off, but
also off the stairs, before throwing him back, hard onto the mats. The crowd
ohs and Hallucigen rolls over in pain.
Sharper: “Oh! Hard into those
mats.”
Kayl: “Just hit her. Just start going on the
offensive. You’re killing yourself here!”
Sharper: “Hallucigen going hard into those mats and
they do dull some of the pain, but not the impact. That can drive the wind out
of you!”
Hallucigen stirs and Rachel grabs him and lifts him
up and onto the apron before climbing up onto the apron herself. She then
smirks as she grabs Hallucigen and then jumps up before hitting a Foxx Girl
Cutter on the apron. The crowd ohs and Rachel rolls off and holds her back in
pain as Hallucigen slowly rolls into the ring. Rachel turns and then rolls into
the ring herself. Hallucigen continues to stir and Rachel turns and runs into
the ropes and Hallucigen starts to get up only for Rachel to dropkick him in
the face. Hallucigen rolls over. She then sees the ladder and smiles before grabbing
Hallucigen. Rachel then turns and whips him into the ropes. Hallucigen bounces
off the ropes and Rachel hits a drop toe hold into the ladder. She then rolls
over and grabs Hallucigen before lifting him up by the arms. The crowd starts
to roar and Rachel then drops him with a curb stomp onto the ladder. The crowd
ohs and Hallucigen just goes limp.
Sharper: “Oh my God! I don’t believe that. Face
first into the ladder.”
Kayl: “Curb stomped! Damn! I hope he has a good
dentist!”
Sharper: “That’s it. We have a new champion.”
Hallucigen is rolled over by Rachel Foxx and Foxx
goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Hallucigen shoots his shoulder up and the crowd
cheers. Rachel then looks up at the referee and snaps at him. Hallucigen rolls
over slowly and Rachel then grabs him and lifts him up before Rachel grabs
Hallucigen. Rachel then stands over the ladder before throwing Hallucigen
forward with a backbreaker before looking like she’s going to finish the
Suicide Note, but Hallucigen holds onto the top rope and Rachel slips off and
hard into the ladder.
Sharper: “Counters the Suicide Note by holding onto
the ropes. Rachel slipped off.”
Kayl: “I’m still in shock that Hallucigen is still
in this match. He hasn’t even thrown a punch!”
Hallucigen then falls back before stumbling to the
middle of the ring. Rachel holds her in pain and starts to get up and
Hallucigen then grabs the referee before turning and spinning him into Rachel.
Rachel falls over and the referee ends up next to her. He starts to get up and
Rachel turns and Hallucigen then rolls her up in a school boy. The referee goes
for the count.
1!
2!
Rachel kicks out and the crowd ohs.
Sharper: “Another nearfall, this time after some
help with the official!”
Kayl: “Yeah. And no disqualifications so that’s legal!”
Hallucigen looks up as Rachel starts to get up and
Hallucigen runs over to the ladder. He goes to lift it up, but Rachel low blows
him from behind. The crowd ohs and Hallucigen drops the ladder before falling
back. He then rolls over and Rachel grabs him and drives him down into her knee
before throwing him back hard face first into the ladder. Rachel’s head also
hits and she winces in pain before rolling over slowly. The crowd ohs and
Rachel hooks Hallucigen’s leg.
1!
2!
3!
The crowd roars and Rachel rolls off of Hallucigen
and leans forward, holding her head in pain. The referee turns and goes over to
the corner and is handed the Underground Championship. He turns around and
hands it to Rachel as the crowd cheers further.
Sharper: “And Hallucigen, who had been able to
somehow stay in this match without throwing a punch, without intentionally
hitting Rachel Foxx, was unable to do it.”
Kayl: “Yeah and the good news is Dillusion probably
doesn’t know so Hallucigen can maybe brainwash him or something. Dillusion’s
probably backstage still getting checked out. I hope Hally’s quick on his feet!”
Sharper: “But arguably the most unique Underground
Championship match ends here tonight and Rachel Foxx is the Underground
Champion again...officially this time.”
Rachel looks at the belt and smiles before
embracing it. She then starts to get up and lifts it over her head as the crowd
cheers more. Rachel then falls over to the ropes and rolls to the floor. Alex
Desoubrais Jr. and Justin Davis make their way out from the back and go to
Rachel as Rachel holds the title up. Alex Jr. lifts Rachel up and holds her
higher for people to see as he then starts to walk towards the back. Rachel
just laughs as she then looks back at her title.
The scene cuts backstage and we see Chris Oliver
standing backstage with Thorn. The crowd cheers upon seeing him.
Oliver: “I am here with Thorn and we just wanted to
quickly get a word with you.”
Thorn: “Go nuts.”
Oliver: “Earlier tonight, you saw CHBK in action
against his son Alex Desoubrais Jr. and managing to survive just by the skin of
his teeth. What are you thinking going into the Thunderdome, facing CHBK,
tomorrow night on Night Two?”
Thorn just smirks and looks up.
Thorn: “I’m not surprised. Alex Desoubrais Jr. was
pissed off. And as pissed off as he was and I can say he had a more personal
matter...I’m more pissed off that it’s taken me this long to get an even
playing ground. Well CHBK can run off tonight. He can try to survive. But
tomorrow, that’s an option that won’t be on the line. We’ll be locked inside
the Thunderdome. I know Sasha thought of that. Not only that, I don’t need to
worry about Infamous and I don’t need to worry about Thorn. CHBK can ask me
what I’m going to do if I lose. And I’ve had time to get over myself enough to
know that CHBK may try to survive, but I have everything as I could wish. We’re
going to see who really is the best and I get my
chance at revenge. And you know what....”
Thorn just smirks.
Thorn: “It’s going to suck if I lose. But in the
event it falls apart, I’m going to make sure that win or lose I’m going to do whatever I can to make me happy. I’m going
to get every bit of retribution I am owe since
December 19th. I hope CHBK is ready. Because I know it’s going to be
a long night tomorrow night...but I plan to make his longer!”
The crowd cheers and Thorn turns to Oliver before
turning and walking off.
Oliver turns to the camera.
Oliver: “Thank you Thorn. Thorn and CHBK will go at
it tomorrow night on Night Two of Riding the Lightning in the Thunderdome.”
The camera focuses on him for a moment before we
head back to ringside.
Robin Brooks vs. Gigi Steward vs. Katie Steward vs. Syren
SCW Women’s Championship
If Robin, Gigi or Katie win, Katie Steward is the SCW Women’s
Championship
“Temporary Insanity (Pop Mix)” by Krista explodes
over the speaker systems as a mixed reaction comes from the crowd to welcome
the Wrestling Princess. Gigi strides out from backstage exchanging smiles with
her fans. After several minutes of posing for the fans and an onslaught of
camera snaps from the photographers, Gigi turns around to show off her Desire
jacket, complete with her logo of the pink and baby blue winged cross. With her
award winning smile, she turns her head and looks over shoulder at the fans,
while keeping her back to them as the place seems to get louder with each step
Gigi takes.
Gigi twists around and makes her way to the ring. When she arrives at the
bottom of the ramp and runs her hand through her hair removing the hood and the
hair from her eyes so her opponent can get a good look at face.
When Gigi makes it down to the ring area, she climbs the steel ring steps to
stand on the apron. Gigi stands on the apron and pulls herself through the
middle rope. Gigi steps into the ring, then climbs the
ropes in the nearest corner and she raises her arms in the air. Gigi can’t help
but to smile back at her adoring fans. Gigi goes to her corner to wait for the
match to start, and the camera’s flashes to fade.
Sharper: “This is going to be an interesting match.
A fatal four way match for the Women’s Championship that is
basically a glorified handicap match. All four women are in the ring at
the same time. One fall to a finish.”
Kayl: “Syren is going to need a horseshoe up to her
ass for this one. What I don’t understand is why can’t it be everyone for themselves? Oh wait! Katie’s in it. Thus she needs to have
all of the attention.”
Sharper: “And she has said that when she wins the
Women’s Championship, she will then present it to Gigi on Breakdown in a
coronation ceremony. Syren has promised to make sure that doesn’t happen.”
The lights in the area begin to dim just a little
leaving only the stage area fully lit. “The Game” by Disturbed starts to play
over the speaker system. The curtains start to move and out sprints the
energetic Robin Brooks. The crowd boos and many cat calls and whistles can be
heard over the booing. Robin sprints to the middle of the stage as white pyro
goes off sending stars above her. Red sparklers are now shooting off along the
edge of the stage and ramp. Robin smirks before starting to walk down to the
ring. Upon reaching the ring, she pulls herself up using the ropes, once on the
apron; she once again shows her dexterity by flipping over the top rope,
twisting in the air and landing a gracefully on her few feet away from the edge
of the ring. She then turns to Gigi before looking at her. The two share a few
words before she walks around the ring.
Sharper: “Robin Brooks is somewhat getting this
spot as a result of her being unable to compete at the End of the Year
Special.”
Kayl: “Yeah. Some trade off. Actual title match or
pseudo title match where you just get the win, not the
title. How much does she really like Katie or Gigi?”
I'm not cocky
I just love myself
Bitch!
As the lights in the arena begin to dim, the whimsical voice of Katie Steward
is heard giggling as “Vanity” by Christina Aguilera plays on the speaker
system.
Bright pink spot lights swirl around the arena as varies images of Katie
Steward are captured on the video screen. This beautiful display causes the
fans to rise to their feet, starting to boo.
Plush ruby red carpet is rolled down the aisle way just as Katie Steward
emerges from behind the curtains. Miss Steward is all decked out wearing her
long white coat and a stunning diamond studded tiara rests on her beautiful
blonde hair curls. Katie produces her famous smiles for the live audience.
Multiple flash bulbs can be seen as the cameras snatch as many and every pose
she graces them with.
Katie starts her walk down the ramp to ringside. TJ Johnson exists from behind
the curtain and follows his Goddess. Once
she reaches ringside, Katie folds her arms over chest and looks back over her
shoulder at TJ Johnson waiting for him to do his job. When he sees that “look”,
he immediately runs past her and enters into the ring. He signals for the
microphone from the ring announcer and when he hesitates, T.J. snatches it from
his hand. Next T.J. excitedly waves everyone out of the ring, including Gigi
and Robin. All the while Katie was fixing her hair at ringside ignoring what
T.J. was doing. She walks over to the steel ring step and awaits her
introduction.
Mirror, mirror on the wall
They call me stuck up, but I'm not at all
Never mind, I am (I am)
It's not my fault I'm the shit
Yeah I am
And I'm a bad ass bitch (hey!)
The camera’s view returns to Katie Steward as she stands at ringside fixing her
coat. She looks up spreads her arms out wide and smiles the Famous smile for
her glorious introduction as some of the fans have already begun to boo her and
show how much they dislike and disrespect for her.
TJ Johnson: And finally, the reason why we have all
come here tonight… She is The Queen of Queens, The
Goddess of Desire, The SCW’s own Crown Jewel. Get your cameras and video
recorders ready for… KATIE STEWARD….
Katie gracefully walks up the steel ring steps and onto the apron as the crowd
boos. She bends down enters the rings between the middle ropes that T.J. holds
down for her. She walks over to the opposite corner and climbs onto the ropes.
She takes off her lovely coat revealing her beautiful wrestling attire. Many in
the crowd start to take snap shots of their Goddess. Katie jumps down and walks
to the other corner to pose and climbs up on the middle ropes just as the
lighting returns to normal and the music dies. Katie does one last pose for the
fans then she jumps down and walks towards T.J.
Mirror, mirror on the wall
Who's the flyest of them all
It's me, bow down get on your knees
Where's my queens?
Who reigns supreme?
Let me hear you scream
Whooo!
TJ Johnson smiles down at Katie, before bowing slightly. He takes the
microphone and joins the announcing team for some unbiased journalism.
Sharper: “Well, all three members of the Brat Pack
are out here for this match.”
Kayl: “Yeah. And Katie with the
most extravagant entrance.”
Sharper: “And coming last.”
Kayl: “Well, in any case, we’re joined by someone
who probably shouldn’t be allowed to talk, but why the hell not? It’s only live
television.”
Johnson: “Hey! Screw you Kayl. You’re just jealous
she’s doing something meaningful and you’re stuck with him.”
Kayl: “Why aren’t you and Katie hanging out with
Charlie Sheen? I mean he’s got Goddesses. Katie’s already obviously has plenty
of experience there.”
The lights dim slightly and a spotlight points down
at the centre of the stage. “Groupie” by Cassie Steele hits the PA system as
the screens come alive.
Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
Dark Fantasy
After a few moments the curtains part as Syren makes her way on to the stage,
stopping for a moment as she steps in to the spotlight and looking down at the
ground in front of her before flicking her hair back and smiling at the cameras
and the fans, soaking in the atmosphere and revelling in every moment, from the
cheers from some fans to boos and jeers about taking her top off from others.
She’s dressed in a pink ring-jacket with the SCW Women's Championship around
her waist and stands on the stage for a moment in the spotlight before the
curtains part and Ravyn Taylor and Autumn Valentine make their way out on to
the stage as well. Syren and Ravyn stand back to back, each in matching
ring-jackets, as Autumn ducks down in front of the
pair and the trio pose proudly. After a few moments the trio begin go make
their way down to the ring. Autumn slides in under the bottom rope while Ravyn
walks up the steps and Syren holds up her hand to some of the male fans at
ringside dismissively before leaping up on to the apron, bending all the way
down to go under the second rope and wiggling her ass as she does so to tease
the fans. Once in the ring Syren climbs one turnbuckle while Ravyn climbs
another and Autumn poses on the ropes in between the
two of them with Ravyn and Autumn both pointing up at Syren who stands on the
turnbuckles proudly, singing along with the music. She removes the title belt
from around her waist and raises it up proudly, pointing at it and smiling. She
jumps down as Autumn rolls out of the ring and Ravyn
and Syren kiss, teasing the fans still more before Ravyn leaves the ring as
well. She then turns and hands off the Women’s Championship
to the referee.
Johnson: “Why are they out here? This is totally
not fair!”
Sharper: “Yeah, because three on one is fair.”
Johnson: “Queen’s rules. She makes the rules. Come
on Adam!”
Kayl: “Well, she didn’t say Syren couldn’t bring
Ravyn and Autumn for moral support. Granted, if both
of them got taken out, I wouldn’t care. I’m really conflicted here. I hate
everyone in this match.”
The referee holds the title over his head before
Gigi Steward then walks over to him and asks to see it. Syren walks over to
stop him and suddenly Katie Steward runs over and shoves her down. The crowd
boos and Robin Brooks then turns and stomps her in the face. The crowd boos and
Robin then stomps Syren again. The referee turns and hands off the title as the
bell sounds. The SCW Women’s Championship logo comes across the screen before
fading to the bottom. Robin then grabs Syren and lifts her up before spinning
her into the corner. Robin then nails her with a shot to the ribs and then the
head before kicking her hard in the ribs. The crowd ohs and Robin backs up.
Gigi then runs forward and jumps up onto her knees before throwing her back
with a monkey flip. The crowd boos and Syren starts to get up and Katie then
walks over and nails Syren with a hard right, knocking her back down.
Johnson: “And Katie takes down that wannabe!”
Sharper: “Wannabe? Give me a break.”
Johnson: “Did you hear that Syren was planning to
go into movie?”
Kayl: “I don’t care.”
Johnson: “Well she did. Guess who does movies!
Katie Steward!”
Kayl: “That’s great.”
Syren starts to get up and Katie grabs her and
lifts her up and nails her with a forearm. Syren stumbles to the ropes. Autumn and Ravyn just watch before Katie lifts Syren up and nails
her with a chop. The crowd woos. She then hip throws her over. Syren
rolls through and Robin kicks her in the ribs before rolling her up in a small
package.
1!
2!
Syren kicks out. She rolls over and gets up before
Gigi grabs her and hooks her before throwing her over with a snap suplex. Gigi
then gets up and turns before dropping an elbow across the chest of Syren.
Katie steps back and Gigi then grabs her and lifts her up. She then turns and
whips her into Robin and Robin grabs Syren and throws her over with a snap
belly to belly suplex. Robin then goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Syren kicks out again. She turns and starts to get
up and Katie then runs over and boots her in the side of the head and Syren
rolls to the ropes.
Sharper: “A glorified mugging happening right here.
It’s three against one. They aren’t even hiding that!”
Kayl: “Well Katie just wants the gold. She wants
what she wants.”
Johnson: “Hey. Syren agreed to it. Nothing here malicious. We just gave her what she wanted.
She wanted to face Katie. She’s facing Katie.”
Kayl: “And Gigi. And Robin!”
Syren grabs at the ropes and starts to get up. Gigi
walks over and grabs her and lifts her up before throwing her back with a back
suplex. Robin then turns and climbs up to the top rope. She then glances back
to Syren. She then dives back with a moonsault, connecting. The crowd ohs and
boos as Ravyn and Autumn just walk around. Ravyn then
tells something to Autumn. Meanwhile, Robin rolls off
as Gigi quickly jumps on Syren for the pin.

Syren gets her shoulder up again. Gigi looks up and
grabs Syren and starts to lift her up. Syren manages to nail Gigi with a
forearm to the chest before a back elbow. Gigi stumbles back as the crowd roars
and Katie quickly kicks Syren in the ribs. The crowd boos. She then goes to
whip Syren into the ropes, but Syren spins through and pulls Katie in before
kicking her in the ribs and DDTing her. Syren then pops back up, but only for
Robin to nail her with a jumping enziguri. The crowd ohs as Syren drops to the
mat. Robin then gets up and Gigi quickly grabs Syren and rolls her over before
going for another pin.
Sharper: “And Gigi is just quickly going for the
pins. Syren with some attempt at a comeback, but quickly stopped thanks to
numbers.”
Kayl: “Cover though.”
Johnson: “Gigi just wants to show the world how
strong the Queendom of Steward is!”
Sharper: “She wants the Women’s Championship!”

Syren kicks out again. She rolls over and Gigi
grabs her. Robin then walks over as Katie is slow to get up. Gigi and Robin
grab Syren and whip her into the ropes. Syren bounces off the ropes and Gigi
and Robin lift her up with a double back drop. Syren rolls over and gets up and
Robin then kicks her in the ribs. She then whips her into the corner. Robin
runs after Syren only for Syren to get her boot up. Robin stumbles back and
Gigi turns to her only for Syren to grab Robin and throw her into Gigi,
knocking both down. Katie then starts to get up and Syren runs over to her and
nails her with a hard right and then another and another, in the corner. The
crowd roars and Syren then starts to choke Katie.
Johnson: “Ahhh! Robin! Come over! Help her!”
Sharper: “Syren is choking Katie Steward in the
corner. She wanted to face Steward! She wanted her one on one match. This may
be the closest to it tonight!”
Kayl: “Well with Ravyn and Autumn
outside, who knows.”
The crowd cheers as Katie tries to fight off Syren
as the referee calls for the break.

Syren pulls off as the referee warns her. As he
does, Ravyn jumps up and starts to choke Katie too, getting more cheers from
the crowd. Ravyn holds on until Gigi comes up behind Syren and quickly hits a
backcracker. The crowd ohs and Ravyn lets go before turning to the ring as Gigi
rolls her over and goes for the pin.

Syren shoots her shoulder up. The
crowd ohs. Gigi looks up and then turns to the referee. She turns and
grabs Syren as Katie still remains in the corner. Gigi then turns and knees her
in the ribs. Robin comes over and kicks her in the rib and both throw her over
with a double vertical suplex before Robin goes for the pin.

Syren kicks out again. Robin gets off and Gigi goes
for the pin.

Syren kicks out again. She then rolls over onto her
stomach as Gigi looks up.
Sharper: “And this match is just becoming tiring
for Syren! She’s got to keep looking out for things and even with Ravyn
involved-“
Johnson: “Involved! She may have permanently hurt
Katie by choking her like that.”
Kayl: “Horrible shame.”
Syren starts to get up and Gigi grabs her. She then
lifts her up and attempts for a Russian leg sweep. Syren however elbows her in
the ribs. Syren elbows her again and Robin clubs her in the back. Robin then
grabs Syren and knees her in the ribs as Gigi turns and runs into the ropes.
However as she does, Autumn jumps up and grabs the top
rope, pulling to down. The crowd roars as Gigi goes up and over the top rope to
the floor. Autumn backs up as the referee looks around. The referee warns her
and Robin meanwhile turns and throws Syren into the corner. Katie then gets up
and pushes Robin out of the way, knocking her down before nailing Syren with a
hard forearm and then another and another. The referee turns and goes over to
her and Autumn then runs at Gigi and nails her with a
Yakuza kick as the crowd roars.
Johnson: “What the hell?!”
Sharper: “And down goes Gigi Steward, courtesy of
Autumn Valentine!”
Kayl: “We know Ravyn and Autumn
don’t have problems getting involved!”
Katie gets pulled back and Robin turns and looks at
her. Katie just gets her in face before turning and kicking Syren in the ribs.
She then turns and whips her across the ring and Robin moves with her, almost
as if to get to Syren first and Syren runs up the turnbuckle before moonsaulting
back, taking out both Robin and Katie. The crowd cheers as Syren rolls over.
Robin rolls over in pain and Katie stirs.
Sharper: “Huge moonsault! That takes out both.
Syren needs to do something big here. She needs to end this fast and not give
them another chance at getting involved.”
Syren starts to get up and Katie stirs, as does
Robin. Syren then grabs Robin and throws her into the ropes, causing her to
land on the middle rope. She turns back to Katie and kicks her in the ribs as
Ravyn then jumps up and starts to choke Robin against the ropes. The crowd
roars and she then backs up and nails her with a hard forearm before backing
away. Robin falls over and Syren nails Katie with a hard forearm. She then
lifts her up onto the top rope. Syren nails her with a huge palm strike before
then grabbing the top rope and jumping up, kicking her in the side of the head.
The crowd ohs and Katie nearly falls forward, but Syren holds her up. She then
climbs up to the middle rope. Syren then grabs her and starts to set up for a
superplex. Katie however blocks it and nails Syren with a hard forearm and then
another before shoving her off. Syren falls back and starts to get up. Robin
starts to get up and Katie stands on the top rope and then dives off for a missile
dropkick, but Syren ducks and nails Robin. Robin hits the mat hard. Katie gets
up shocked before Syren suddenly grabs her and hits her with the Golden Blonde.
Katie falls back and rolls to the apron before going to the floor. Syren then
turns and looks at Robin.
Sharper: “Katie Steward has been taken out. She’s
gone to the floor!”
Kayl: “Robin is in a bad way. Syren may be focusing
on her instead of Katie!”
Johnson: “Gigi and Katie are just biding time.
They’ll get back in there. Robin knows what she needs to do.”
Robin stirs and Syren just watches her before
running at her and nailing her with the Shining Wizard. The crowd roars and
Syren turns and hooks the leg.

Robin gets her shoulder up. Gigi starts to pull
herself up to the apron and with the referee focused on Syren and Robin, Autumn
runs over and kicks her in the ribs, knocking her over. Syren meanwhile lifts
Robin up and nails her with a forearm. She then hits her with another before
turning and whipping her into the ropes. Robin bounces off the ropes and Syren
jumps up and takes her over with a hurricanrana into a pin.

2!
Robin kicks out. Both women get up and Robin
attempts a clothesline, but Syren ducks and jumps to the middle rope before
diving back and nailing Robin with a springboards flying forearm smash before
turning and blowing a kiss to the fans.
Johnson: “Look at that showboat!”
Sharper: “Hard forearm! Down goes Robin Brooks!”
Kayl: “She knows she needs to end it here and she’s
going for broke against Robin Brooks, the rustiest of the three!”
Gigi starts to stir on the floor and Syren turns
and looks at Robin Brooks. Brooks gets back up and Syren kicks her in the ribs
and then whips her into the corner. Robin Brooks hits the corner and Syren runs
after her only for Robin to get her boot up. Robin then turns and sees Gigi
getting in and Gigi runs over to Syren and clotheslines her down. Robin and her
nod before Gigi runs into the ropes and Robin runs out of the corner and hits a
rolling senton into Syren. She rolls off and Gigi hits a leg drop. The crowd
ohs and Gigi goes for the pin.

2!
Syren kicks out. She then starts to get up and Gigi
grabs her. Gigi clubs her in the back and nails her with a hard forearm before
pushing her into the corner. Robin turns and looks at her and Gigi turns and
goes to whip her out of the corner, but Robin catches Syren on her shoulders
only for Syren to manage to fight out of it. Katie hops onto the apron and
Syren grabs Robin and turns before throwing her shoulder first into Katie,
knocking her off the apron.
Sharper: “Syren sends Robin into Katie! Down goes
the Goddess!”
Johnson: “Oh God! I have to check on her.”
Katie falls back and Ravyn and Autumn
start to go around as TJ Johnson takes off his head set. Gigi turns and sees Syren
up and Gigi kicks her in the ribs. She then turns and throws her into Robin,
but Robin goes to grab Syren, only for Syren to jump up and onto the shoulders
of her and takes her up and over the top rope and to the floor, causing her to
land right on top of Katie and nearly TJ Johnson too.
Kayl: “Ha! Robin lands on top of Katie!”
Sharper: “A pile up happening over there. Ravyn and
Autumn are enjoying this as they’ve been a bit more
than just involved in this match.”
TJ snaps at Robin as both women struggle to stir on
the floor. Syren gets up on the apron and Gigi grabs her by the hair and drags
her in, hanging her up on the middle rope before dropping down with a
facebuster. The crowd ohs and Gigi goes for the pin.

Syren shoots her shoulder up, getting cheers from
the crowd. Syren rolls over and stirs and Gigi just looks at her and starts to
set up for the Nirvana. The crowd starts to roar and Gigi jumps up, but Syren
moves out of the way. Gigi lands on her feet and turns around and Syren jumps
up and takes Gigi down with a hurricanrana into a pin, before leaning forward.

3!
The crowd roars and Syren lets go as Gigi kicks out
just after. Syren then rolls out of the ring. She looks back as Gigi turns and
glares at Syren. Ravyn Taylor looks at Katie and Robin as they get up on the
floor and smiles as Autumn grabs the SCW Women’s
Championship from the timekeeper’s table. They then turn and start to walk
around the ring as Katie lets out a scream.
Sharper: “Katie and Gigi certainly aren’t happy,
but Syren somehow manages to get through.”
Kayl: “I’ll tell you how! Ravyn and Autumn did enough to keep people distracted on the floor to
give Syren a chance to get into this thing!”
Sharper: “Well despite that, Syren managing to
retain the SCW Women’s Championship here tonight!”
Syren looks back as Ravyn Taylor walks over to her
and raises her arm as Autumn hands Syren the Women’s
Championship. Gigi just continues to glare as Katie gets up and looks at TJ as
Robin gets up and Katie snaps at Robin before rolling into the ring and going
to Gigi. Gigi just keeps staring at the Women’s Championship. The camera cuts
back to Syren who holds the title up over her head as she, Ravyn and Autumn start to head to the back.
Sharper: “Well congratulations to Syren who retains
the Women’s Championship and let’s go backstage with Marisa Condolesa who is
standing with the new number one contender to the SCW Adrenaline Champion!”
The scene opens up backstage as we see Shaun Cruze
standing next to Marisa Condolesa in the backstage area. The crowd cheers upon
seeing him and Shaun just smiles a bit.
Condolesa: “Shaun, you managed to get through the
Adrenaline Showcase and now tomorrow night, in San Jose, you will challenge for
your first SCW Championship...the Adrenaline Title. What’s going through your
mind?”
Cruze: “Honestly, I’m just happy to get the
opportunity. I went out there and put it all on the line. Now I’m getting a
shot. People are running around talking about how they need to stab people in
the back or cheap shot or ‘do anything’...whatever that means. I just went out
there and go the job done in the ring. People seem to forget that. As for the
Adrenaline Championship...”
Cruze pauses for a moment before smiling.
Cruze: “I’m going to love the opportunity. Warren
James has had a hell of a run so far in SCW and he’s been at the top of his
game. And I love that challenge. I love the fact that I can go out to that ring
and challenge a champion at the top of their game and I know Warren won’t give
me excuses if he comes up short, just like I won’t do the same. The two of us
can go out there and put on a show for the title. May the best man win!”
Cruze smiles as Marisa Condolesa turns back to the
camera.
Marisa: “Thank you Shaun. Good luck tomorrow. Back to ringside.”
The scene opens up back at ringside before a still
of Christy Matthews vs. Shawn Winters, First Blood rules comes up on the screen
with “Thunderstruck” playing in the background.
Sharper: “Thank you Marisa. And in a few moments,
we’re going to see a match that probably won’t be going down as competition.
Instead, it will go down as personal if you’re Christy Matthews and if you’re
Shawn Winters, a stepping stone to World Championship contention.”
Kayl: “It all started when Shawn Winters mocked
Christy Matthews ultimate low on Breakdown six weeks ago!”
RECAP:
We hear the sound of the referee
counting 1, 2, 3 before we see Christy Matthews down
on the mat before seeing her dejected at Retribution. This then fades into a
shot of Christy Matthews holding her arm up in the air, showing the scar on her
wrist.
Christy: ““Take a good look. You
people cheer the fakes, the ones who tell you what you want to hear, the ones who pander for your attention with stupid little
lines or lame-ass jokes but you ignore what’s real. Last Tuesday night when I
realised how close I’d come to that title and to achieving something that
nobody without a Y-chromosome had ever done before this screw-up, this girl you
despise, this scarred, broken mess you see before you in the ring tried to kill
herself. I tried to take my own life because I didn’t see the point anymore.
Now I do. I pushed your hero to his limit. I felt the edge of Superman’s power
and it only made me want to beat him more.”
Christy then turns away as the scene
then fades into a shot of Shawn Winters coming to the ring, holding his arms as
fake blood comes down. We see Charlie Laurio pushing down on the “wounds” as Winters stumbles to the ring.
Winters: “Oh god. The world is for
the strong. I am so weak. Goodbye cruel world for I am not World Champion. Oh
god....damn it...It’s on my tights! My tights damn it!”
Dawson: “What in the world....”
Sharper: “Oh man...don’t
tell me. Don’t tell me he’s going there.”
Kayl: “Did he do what I think he
did?”
We then see Ebdon running down to the
ring only for Winters to attempt a superkick and then
fail. Ebdon glares before we cut to a shot of Bastion Scythe waiting in the
ring before we hear the “OH! OH! OHHHHH SHAAAWWWWNNNNN!!” before we see Shawn
Winters come to the ring.
Winters:
“Ok, I know I’m not supposed to be out here right now but just like all of you
people I’ve heard the rumours as well and, well, we all know what kind of
competitor Christy Matthews is. She’s probably off trying to suffocate herself
or throwing herself off to the roof of the building and that means that just
like always it seems I’ve got to step in and fill in. So Bastion, if you don’t
have an opponent tonight how about I show the true Suicidal Queen what real
talent is.”
We
then see Christy coming to the ring with a chain on her wrist as the crowd
roars. This is followed up by showing Winters making
his exit as Christy Matthews enters the ring to go after him.
Winters:
“I could beat you so
easily. I just need maybe...a razor blade....or a rope.....or even just a
bottle of Tylenol and I’ll have you down for the count. Literally.”
Dawson: “Oh come on...”
Winters: “Come on Christy. If you
want, I’ll even do it free of charge. Help you out. Give you the ability to get
it done right the first time. I mean you lost against David Helms. Whatever
will you do. You failed becoming the World Champion.
Boo-hoo....”
We then see Christy Matthews making
her way to the ring. We then see Shawn Winters starting to trade blows with
Winters before we cut to a shot of Ammo and Christy taking Winters down before
we see Katie Steward nailing Syren with her cast and her going down before we
see Winters backing away from the ring with Matthews glaring at him.
Winters: “Still standing!”
Christy keeps glaring at Winters before we fade to a shot of Winters standing
backstage at Ammo.
Winters:
“Now, everyone it seems like I’ve been going a bit too far with some of my
comments against Christy Matthews. I mean, the girl she’s obviously not too
stable. She lost to David Helms at Retribution. She whined, moaned and
complained about how she was finally getting her chance to show it and all she
does is show she’s a choke artist. It’s a shame she didn’t try to take her life
that way. Give it the old Carradine try! She may have succeeded. But she didn’t
and she’s still with us and now with some hideous scars on her wrists. I mean,
there goes her non-existent modelling career. And with Ravyn and Syren around,
I mean, really, how is she to compete with that? Everyone wants to tap that.
CHBK even got to plow that! And Christy just has to be stuck with the other
hasbeen. Damn...tough going there girl.”
We
see Christy trying to get past Ebdon before managing to get past as we hear
Ebdon yell out.
Ebdon:
“Christy! It’s a trap!”
This
is followed up with the footage sped up as Christy getting to Winters only for Winters to spear her into a storage area
and Charlie locks the door. We then see Winters
hammering away on Christy as blood starts to come down. Ebdon and Lucas show up
and Winters gets out of dodge as officials show up.
Oliver:
“Oh my God! He’s busted her open! This is sick!”
We
then see a shot of Christy out of it as blood trickles down her face.
We
then see Christy standing in the ring with a bandage on her head.
Christy: “I’m SICK of being treated
like a joke around here. I’m sick of people holding me back. I’m sick of
EVERYTHING. And I’m SICK of you Shawn!”
This is juxtaposed with a shot of
Shawn coming to the ring with the fake blood coming from his wrists.
Christy: “Since you’re so set on
laughing at me...and causing me to bleed....and trying to help me learn from my
mistake....I suggest we add a little stipulation to our match....Well, Shawn,
consider this a stage of bloodletting of a different reason, because I say you
and I meet in a First Blood match this Saturday!”
The crowd roars and we then see Shawn
Winters laughing.
Winters: “First blood! Ha!”
We then see a shot of Christy
Matthews bleeding backstage at Ammo before showing a shot of her wrists and
then showing Winters coming to the ring, mocking her
with fake blood coming down his wrists.
Dawson: “Shawn Winters has pissed her
off. He may have a very long night come this Saturday!”
Shawn Winters vs. Christy Matthews
Kayl: “This match all came about cause Shawn just
couldn’t help being Shawn. He just HAD to make fun of Christy Matthews and her
whole ’woe is me’ ’I suck donkey balls’ spiel.”
Sharper: “And now this chapter in the lives of both athletes, though commencing
with Shawn’s shenanigans, concludes in one of the most violently, in a first
blood bout.”
Kayl: “Hard to believe that Shawn’s gift for parody has resulted in something
that promises to be so garish.”
The crowd is silent as the sound of a woman climaxing is heard "OH OH
SHHAAAWWWNN!" "I'm So Paid" by Akon
follows.
"I get in 'til the sun rise
Goin' 90 in a 65
Windows rolled down screamin' "Ah!"
Hey-ey-ey, I'm so paid"
The crowd gives off a mixed reaction where the
sounds of women's screams seem to drown out the men's boos. Shawn Winters struts out from behind the curtain with a smirk on
his face and a white towel in hand. He's followed by his valet Charlie. Shawn
walks to the top of the stage before turning around and taking a few steps
backwards with his arms extended. He hops around and while walking down the
isle taking a glance at Charlie on the way.
"Number one hustler gettin' money
Why you wanna count my money?
I'm a hustler and don't need them
One of y'all, you see, I'm so paid"
Shawn makes his way up to the ring before noticing a couple signs held by a women in the crowd. "I'm Pregnant with Shawn
Winters' Baby!" and "Charlie I'm Wet with Jealousy!" Shawn
tosses his towel at the woman with the second sign and says: "Dry yourself off!" before smirking. Shawn hops up onto the
apron and begins to strut his stuff before climbing
through the ropes.
"I see police on that crooked, I
Doin' 100 on interstate 95
My shorty leanin', blasyin' that 'Do Or Die'
Wishin' that motherfucker would, 'cause we
certified"
He show boats some more to the fans before pushing
Charlie down onto the mat. Cameras flash as he then poses on top of her with an
arm raised while fireworks blast behind him. Shawn gets up and watches as
Charlie begins to take off his entrance attire in a very sexual manner. Shawn
then yanks her by the hair which gets a smile from her. He climbs up to the
middle turnbuckle and raises his arms. He then spits his gum out into the air
and slaps it away into the crowd. He then hops down back to the canvas.
Kayl: “And there he be, a man with a mouth so big it
can only be matched by his ego.”
Sharper: “It’s that very same mouth that has led to this clash, one that
promises to test whether his skill bares equal weight to his ego.”
Kayl: “Oh-ho-ho, Adam-Adam-Adam, when I said this match would be garish, I was referring to the action in the ring and not
your commentary.”
Sharper: “Bottom line is this, rather Shawn knew what he was doing or not, he
picked a fight with Matthews by undermining her credibility and the seriousness
of her post World Title loss address. Now he has to sleep in the bed that he
made.”
Kayl: “Yes, and it’s gonna be a bed of nails.”
Sharper: “He’s definitely done a lot of POKING and PRODDING at Matthews, we’ll
see where that’s gotten him in just a few moments.”
The lights dim in the arena as the screens all cut to black and for a few
seconds and there’s nothing but the reaction of the fans heard all around the
arena. After a few moments the opening “King of the World” by Porcelain and the
Tramps hits the PA system as spotlights begin to flick on and off around the
arena. The fans sing along with the lyrics as the camera pans through them all
and back to the cheap seats in the back of the arena where we see Christy
Matthews standing on the guard rail with her arms outstretched in an eerily
familiar mock-crucifix pose. Her fists are taped and she looks more than ready
for the task ahead. She’s wearing a red jacket the hood pulled up over her head
in a style similar to the classic fairytale. As she jumps down from the guard
rail the screens around the arena begin to display familiar wording once
more...
...E B D O N E N T E R T A
I N M E N T P R E S E N T S...
...C H R I S T Y M A T T H E W S...
She begins to push her way down to ringside. Christy makes her way down to the
barricade, leaping over and begins climbing the outside of the turnbuckles,
standing on the middle rope, pulling down the hood of her jacket and striking
the mock-crucifix pose once more. As the second chorus of "King of the
World" hits Christy sings along with the lyrics, continuing to strike the
crucifix pose before finally leaping over the top rope and spinning around in
the ring, throwing her ring jacket to the outside and collapsing to a seated
position in the corner of the ring as the fans boo loudly once more.
Sharper: “Here comes a woman bent on vindication, on repairing the damage that
was done to her career. Shawn has been picking at some old wounds and now
Matthews attempts to open a new one, wide and deep enough to spill some blood.”
Kayl: “Sure, Christy may have reacted extremely to her loss against Helms for
the World Title, but it’s her extreme emotions that also
makes her so dangerous. She’s shown just how passionate she is about
this business in the ring and on the mic, and now Winters is about to discover
this first-hand, or fist, or foot, whatever Christy uses to abuse him.”
Sharper: “A lot Winters’ abuse has been of the verbal
variety, but now we’re going to see things finally get physical.”
Kayl: “There has been some physicality already, Adam, don’t forget that tag
match….no….that brawl between these two from Breakdown a few weeks ago. But I
doubt that was even a taste of what we’re about to see next.”
The only thing Shawn feels Christy should dine on are the bottle of pills now
handed to him by Charlie. A mixed reaction culminates from Winters’
gesture, as he pours the pills into his palm and offers them to Christy, all
the while wearing a smile bright enough to light an airport runway. The grin
vanishes the moment that Matthews kicks him to the gut, doubling him over and
placing him in mortal danger. Christy quickly takes him around the head, snaps
back and delivers the Happily (N)ever After. Pills go
flying and Shawn’s body goes rolling across the ring.
Sharper: “Talking about an immediate impact. This match might be over already
after Shawn’s distasteful act led to him eating the Happily (N)Ever After. Is he bleeding right from the get-go?”
Kayl: “Winters playing around too much and it backfired on him big-time. He might
need to take some of those pills to ease the pain in his head.”
The pounding migraine has Shawn rolling around in fits, eventually spilling
under the ropes and to the outside of the ring. Shockingly he lands on his
feet, though his knees nearly buckle. The apron supports him as Matthews charges in, determined to rip him to shreds. She
doesn’t wait for the ref to check for blood, instead grabbing the top rope and
launching herself over. Winters steps aside at the last second, avoiding
whatever she had envisioned.
To the shock of the crowd and unbeknownst to Shawn, Christy alters her
trajectory, landing on the apron instead of on the mats. Winters turns and
barrels towards Matthews, who rushes across the apron and meets him half-way
via a swift, vicious kick right to his face. The force of the punt sends Shawn
flipping over backwards crashing face first into the mats.
Kayl: “Shawn’s mouth shut perhaps permanently by means of that sickening kick.”
Sharper: “I’m not surprised, everything about this match can be described as
sickening, from the way it was put together to that shot to Shawn’s head which
may have bleeding faster than anyone expected.”
Charlie checks desperately on Winters, cradling his head in her hands and
making sure there is no blood flow. In a rage she stands to shout at Matthews
only for Christy to silence her just as quickly as she silenced Winters. She leaps from the apron, lands on Charlie’s
shoulders and swings her around into a hurricarana, tossing her into the thin
protective mats.
Sharper: “WHAT THE HELL!?! No one safe from the wrath of
Matthews. She just nailed Charlie with the hurricarana. That can’t make Winters happy.”
Kayl: “I don’t think Shawn is ever happy, unless he’s victimizing others, be it
Jay Gold, Greg Cherry, or now Matthews.”
The fans are floored by Christy’s actions, some cheering out of sheer shock.
There various and sundry responses are incidental. Matthews stands and turns
her focus back to Winters, who is already utilizing the barricade as a crutch
to reach his feet. She steps in ready to inflict
further damage only for Shawn to catch her by surprise. From the crowd he
snatches a plastic Wal-Mart bag and actually wraps it around Christy’s face,
suffocating her.
Kayl: “Well, guess the pills didn’t work, so now Shawn is going to do things
the old fashion way, with a little suffocation.”
Sharper: “This is just downright twisted, he’s
asphyxiating her with that plastic bag.”
Kayl: “A Wal-Mart bag no-less, that’s gotta make things worse.”
Matthews flails her arms desperately trying to free herself
from the plastic, the very plastic depriving her brain oxygen.
Winters: “This is how you do it, Christy, this is how
it’s done. Do I have to show you how to do everything right?”
The suffocation continues but not for long, Christy grabbing the bag and
ripping it to create an air-hole. The moment this is done Shawn drags by the
plastic bag and flings her skull first right into the exposed steel turnbuckle
post. Her head snaps back and the bag rips away from her damaged skull as she
goes twirling to the ground.
Sharper: “Christy’s head drillin’ the post!”
Kayl: “That could be it, Adam. This match might be over before it ever gets
started.”
Charlie’s condition concerns Winters not, the two time World
Champion having eyes for only one woman at the moment, Christy Matthews.
The ref exit’s the ring and checks to see if she’s bleeding, but before he can
gauge the extent of her injuries Winters swats him
aside and takes Christy’s knees under his arms. He buries them under his pits
and then drops back, catapulting his opponent face first into the turnbuckle
post. Her face smacks against the steel and she collapses to the mats.
Kayl: “YOUCH. Her face AGAIN bouncing off the post.
There may not be blood, but there could potentially be some brain damage
inflicted here.”
Again the ref steps in to check on Christy, overlooking her head closely before
confirming that she is NOT bleeding. Winters could care-less, stepping in and
mounting Matthew’s stomach even before the ref could give a verdict. He lifts
her head from the mats and begins pummeling her with right after right to the
forehead.
Winters: “You can’t do anything right, Christy, not win World Titles….”
Another blatant closed fist to the scalp.
Winters: “Not beat me….”
A devastating shot connects.
Winters: “Not even kill yourself….”
One last blow.
Winters: “But I can help you fix one of those mistakes.”
From the mats an electrical cord is grabbed, Shawn ripping the end of it from a
nearby camera. The cord is wrapped around Christy’s throat and employed to drag
her to her feet.
Winters: “David Carradine style.”
Barked Winters as he strangled Christy in the process
of plucking her from the mats and rolling her into the ring.
Sharper: “Now he’s gonna use that cable to strangle Matthews too. Perhaps he
thinks inflicting some internal bleeding on the throat will get her to cough up
some blood and end this match.”
Kayl: No, I just think he’s trying to be an ass. Buuuut, blood coming from
Christy’s mouth would probably be the most interesting thing to come out of
there in years.”
To the apron Shawn climbs, still holding onto the electrical cable. Matthews
uses this to her advantage, surprising Shawn by standing up in the ring and
yanking on her make-shift noose. This pulls Shawn slightly through the ropes as
he tries to grip the cable, thus dragging him face first into a rolling wheel
kick. The stiff strike causes Shawn to fall over the middle rope in an
unconscious state, perilously hanging above both the ring and the apron.
With the noose still around her neck Christy rises to her feet, breaths deep
and labored. Though she suffers oxygen deprivation it doesn’t stop her from
taking advantage of her dazed opponent. She catches him around the neck, turns
him around so that he’s seated on the second rope then leaps into the air,
wedging both knees to Shawn’s back. The fans explode as Christy nails the Once
Upon a Time.
Sharper: “Ahhhh, is Shawn going to be able to continue here broken back and all
after taking that modified back stabber from such a dangerous angle?”
Kayl: “As long as Shawn’s lips can still flap this match will never end.”
With his back bridging from the canvas Shawn rolls in circles, convulsing from
the pain. Matthews takes these few precious moments to reach her feet,
employing the ropes to stand. It doesn’t take her long however to get her
bearings, stepping towards Shawn as he just reaches his knees. That’s when his
skull is nearly caved in via a swift soccer style kick from one of Christy’s
well toned legs. The shin nails Shawn in the temple with such force that it
immediately knocks all senses out of him. He goes tumbling to the mats while
Christy falls to her knees, taking a moment to convalesce.
Sharper: “DANGEROUS kick to the head.”
Kayl: “But as far as I can see there’s still no blood.”
Sharper: “Not for much longer by the look of things if Matthews finishes up
with what she has planned here.”
Although dazed Matthews still steps in and snatches a far more incoherent Shawn
around the neck, leading him up to his knees while trapped in a front chancery.
It seems blatantly obvious what she has in store, yet another even flow style
DDT. Just as she prepares to snap back for her finisher, Shawn falls in the
opposite direction, tumbling AWAY from Matthews and yanking on that electrical
cord in the process. Christy goes flying over her opponent and through the
ropes, finding her feet dangling above the outside mats as she is literally
hung by Winters.
Kayl: “Winters playing a game of hang-man without all the guessing.”
Sharper: “No, oh-God he’s got Christy hanging from that noose!”
Kayl: “He said he was gonna help her finish what
she started, I just didn’t know he was going to be so literal about it.”
The slack in the cord is taken up in Winters’ hands as
he steps towards Christy until he is basically right on top of her. He sticks
his head through the ropes to shout right into her ear.
Winters: “Isn’t this what you wanted? Everyone’s pity?
But you were too much of a coward to go through with it, weren’t you? WEREN’T
YOU!?!”
The gasping Matthews cannot respond, even as she pulls herself up onto the
apron, sitting on it to take some of the pressure off of her throat. Shawn
isn’t about to let her sit and catch her breath though. He may let go of the
cord but its to inflict more damage instead of
alleviate it. He gets a running start from the center of the ring and launches
a knee through the ropes into Christy’s upper back, launching her from the
apron face first into the ringside barricade. Her forehead slams against the
steel, sending her collapsing to the mats.
Kayl: “Another impact with the steel.”
Sharper: “Is she bleeding? IS SHE BLEEDING!?!”
The referee steps in and surveys.
Kayl: “The answer is…..”
After a thorough examination the official informs the world that the match will
continue.
Kayl: “….NO…still no blood.”
Sharper: “Then this very physical bout continues.”
Shawn doesn’t look upset in the slightest, refusing to be derailed by this
unexpected turn of events. He slips through the ropes with his back turned
towards Christy and now begins to scale a nearby turnbuckle.
Kayl: “What in the hell does he think he’s doing?”
Sharper: “There’s no telling when it comes to Shawn.”
The collision with the barricade may have rattled a few bolts loose in Christy’s
head but she nevertheless begins to rise to her feet, shoving aside the
intrusive ref in the process. The determined Matthews stands
just as Shawn comes flying off the top rope, through the air and crashing right
on top of her with a moonsault.
Kayl: “OH-WOW. Moonsault from the top rope to the outside of the ring! Shawn throwing everything right at Matthews.”
The high risk move elicits a massive response from the crowd, literally
everyone leaving their seats and caught up in the thrill of the moment. Instead
of taking a moment to indulge the crowd and soak up their adulation, Shawn goes
right back to work. His ribs may be hurting but it won’t stop him from
executing his gameplan, which prominently involves the use of the steel
barricade.
Sharper: “A game changing move from Winters who
is….what is he doing now?”
Kayl: “You said it moments ago, Adam, you never can tell with this one.”
The fans watch with morbid curiosity as Shawn rips a portion of the steel
barricade away and tosses it over to the floor so that it’s lying across the
mats.
Winters: “Fun’s over.”
The air is swiped, Shawn pantomiming that the end has come. Christy is
immediately taken around the neck and led to her feet though she has no
strength left in her legs whatsoever. Shawn won’t let her fall though, at least
not until he’s drawn blood. He takes her around the neck and sets up for the
Graven Image, eyes fixed on the barricade he’s put into place.
Sharper: “Ohhh-he’s gonna-he’s gonna give Christy the Graven Image onto that
barricade.”
Kayl: “No duh Sherlock. And it’s gonna end this match for sure.”
The crowd is teeming as they anticipate the demise of Christy Matthews. With
malicious intent Shawn steps forward and leaps into the air, dragging Christy
along with him on a perilous, career shortening journey. But Christy’s journey
ends in mid-move when she pushes Shawn off and frees herself from damnation at
the last possible second. Shawn is sent hurdling spine first into his very own
trap, colliding with the barricade and roaring from the agony as a result.
Sharper: “It’s Shawn who takes the plunge into the barricade!!”
Kayl: “Again he falls victim to his own tricks, and it
may have cost him the match in the process.”
Shawn continues to bridge his spine from the steel, mouth agape but no sounds
exiting due to the sheer and utter shock that paralyzes his traumatized body.
The official is stooped over, checking to make sure no blood seeps from his
spine but has to quickly get out of harm’s way when Christy comes rushing in.
She leaps into the air with no thought and delivers a standing shooting star
press, sandwiching Winters between herself and the
barricade.
Kayl: “That was EXPLOSIVE!”
Sharper: “Shooting star….shoot…shoot…SHOOTING STAR right onto Winters and the barricade. That was….”
Kayl: “Exactly what I said it was, explosive….explosive offense from Matthews.”
Several excited fans chime in with a holy shit chant after what they’ve just
witnessed, Christy crippling herself in the pursuit of vengeance. The ref earns
his keep once more by stepping in and evaluating the extent of the injuries. He
checks on Winters, who though is curled into a fetal
position hacking up a lunge, has no blood oozing from either orifice or wound.
He then goes to check on Winters, ensuring that she
didn’t lacerate anything in the process of injuring Winters.
Kayl: “And this thing is STILL going, Adam.”
Sharper: “Neither athlete has managed as of yet to bust the other open, even
though they’ve thrown everything at one another.”
Their bodies may be racked with pain but both Matthews and Winters
continue. A languishing Christy rises ever so slowly,
the full extent of her injuries starting to take their toll. Nevertheless she
grips Shawn by the hair, leading him up slowly to his knees then to his feet
then into the ring. She tries to climb in herself but collapses, falling to her
knees and propping herself against the apron. Somehow Shawn musters the
strength to crawl towards the center of the ring, ending up on top the pile of
pills he spilled earlier.
Finally Christy is able to get into the ring, staggering in the direction of
her nemesis and then grabbing him by the hair. Suddenly Winters
turns from his knees and drives a palm full of pills right into Christy’s
mouth, shoving the harmful narcotics down her throat.
Kayl: “He’s trying to HELP Christy finish herself off again.”
Sharper: “Stop it dammit, stop it!”
Christy quickly breaks away from Winters, turning her back on him in the
process of choking up the pills forced down her throat. She doubles over,
throwing up the medicine she was forced to ingest while Shawn takes position
behind her. A woozy Christy turns to seek revenge only to walk into a boot to
the gut followed by the Pandemonium!
Kayl: “Pedigree, PANDEMONIUM connects!”
Sharper: “And her face hit with such force….that….that may have done it,
Donovan.”
Kayl: “It had to split her wide open.”
The crowd watches with baited breath as the official steps in, checking on a
writhing Matthews. An exhausted Shawn sits up, watching with equal interest from
the corner of his eye, eagerly awaiting the referee’s verdict.
Sharper: “Is this it….is it over?”
Finally the official stands and waves off, gesturing to the world that this
bout will go on.
Kayl: “It’s not over yet.”
Christy’s hands drop away from her face revealing not a speck of blood but an
expression of pure anguish. That look is about to be intensified as Shawn rolls
to his knees and begins to dig into his wrist-tape, searching for something. It
doesn’t take long for him to produce a tiny razor blade, one that he
prominently shows off to the fans. He then smiles as he then turns and walks
over to Christy Matthews and grabs her by the arm. The crowd starts to roar and
Christy manages to rip her arm away before nailing Shawn with a hard left and then
a hard kick between the legs. Winters falls over and in the process drops the
blade. Christy just looks at it and smiles.
Sharper: “That bastard Winters
produces a razor blade and was just going to cut Christy up.”
Kayl: “And Christy sees it and she’s got evil
intentions.”
Sharper: “Winters may be in a world of hurt in a
moment! He may regret it!”
Christy then looks to her hand and places it
between her fingers before making a fist. She then turns and looks at Winters
as Winters starts to get up and Christy nails Winters with a hard right hand,
driving the blade-padded fist into the face of Winters. He then nails him again
and again and again as the crowd cheers. Christy then looks at Winters and smiles before rearing back and nailing him with
one more final shot. She then turns back and falls to her
knees before throwing the razor blade away. Blood can be seen on her
hands, from the blade, but the focus for the referee is on the face of Winters which is bleeding profusely from the forehead.
Kayl: “I think both are busted, but Winters has the worst of it!”
The bell then sounds as the referee calls for the
bell.
Sharper: “And the referee is calling for the bell
and Christy is going to get it!”
Christy shakes out her hand as the camera manages
to pick up a cut on her hand, before Shawn’s blood all over the back of it. The
referee holds her arm up and Christy rips away. Shawn Winters
turns and starts to stir before getting up.
Sharper: “I guess the cut on Christy’s hand was not
serious enough. But Matthews gets some measure of revenge here!”
Kayl: “Winters is no doubt bleeding! That’s for
certain. Christy busted or not, the referee couldn’t miss Winters
bleeding like Niagara Falls!”
Winters falls over and then gets back up as Laurio
starts to look up on the apron and wince in pain. Christy starts to get up and
stumbles over to the ropes. Christy just looks at Winters
and Winters continues to mock Christy.
Winters: “Oh come on! You haven’t finished the job!
I’m still standing!”
Christy just glares at Winters
and goes to move towards him. The referee however stops Christy and Winters
just laughs as he falls over. Christy just glares at Winters
before backing up. She steps through the ropes and glares at him before turning
and starting to walk to the back.
Kayl: “Winters making sure he gets a final laugh.”
Sharper: “Christy being held back by the referee.
Obviously, Winters continues to prod Christy, but
hopefully this is over after tonight.”
Christy continues on her way to the back before “Thunderstruck”
starts to play and we see a still of the SCW World Championship match come up
on the screen as Greg Cherry challenges David Helms.
Sharper: “Well it’s that time. Can Greg Cherry undo
the last couple of months which have been hell for him or will David Helms
continue his amazing title reign? We’re about to find out...”
RECAP:
We see David Helms in the ring with
the World Championship.
Helms: “So it seems that after
everything that Infamous was looking to do, I still have managed to hold on and
reign supreme as the World Champion.”
Helms pauses as the crowd cheers.
Helms: “I was a success, but Infamous
should know, if they want another go, they just have to find me and I’ll be
happy to give them round two. But that this title won’t be going anywhere if I
have anything to say about it. I’m proud to be champion and I’m proud to face
any and all who wish to take me on!”
We then hear the opening riffs of
Greg’s theme before we see Greg Cherry walking down to the ring with the US
Championship over his head before showing him in the ring.
Cherry: “Now, I’m not going to be
like Lucas or even Starr and come out here and demand the shot. I know that’s
my reputation. And I know what people are going to think. But the fact remains,
you know what’s on the line for me and there’s no harm trying to see what you’d
say. I’ve worked my way up the rankings. I’ve dropped Shawn Winters. I managed
to defeat Shilo Valiant in a hell of a match at Retribution for this United
States Championship. Now, I’m out here to ask you, man to man, champion to
champion....can I get a shot at the World Championship and right my stupidity
from five months ago?”
We then cut back to Gang Rulz and
show Greg Cherry being dropped with the Griever’s Bane before showing him
pinned by Thorn and then showing Greg Cherry is disbelief, pleading with the
referee, looking up and him and nearly in tears.
Dawson: “Shawn Winters has just cost
Greg Cherry the World Championship...”
Knots: “And Thorn eliminated him
without even stopping to think about it.”
Sharper “Now that may not be fair. He
may not have known.”
Knots: “This is pathetic. Greg Cherry
is pleading with the referee.”
Dawson: “The man’s heartbroken.”
This is followed up with a shot of
Greg Cherry looking down in the middle of the ring the following Breakdown.
Greg: “See, I didn’t let anyone know
this, but I’m sure you noticed that Ashley wasn’t with me. It’s not because she
didn’t care. It’s not because I had her stay at the hotel room. It’s not
because I didn’t want a distraction or anything like that. See, Gang Rulz, I
made the ultimate wager. I made the ultimate gamble....because my
wife....because Ashley wanted to motivate me I guess.....and it was simple.
Either I win the World Championship...
The quote pauses as we then see a
shot of Greg Cherry holding the World Championship over his head.
Greg: “...or I don’t see her until I
do...”
Sharper: “Oh my God...”
As music picks up in the background,
we then see a shot of David Helms standing in the ring, before showing him
taking Jake Starr down with a small package and showing him victorious. We then
show him with the World Championship. This follows with a shot of Helms
clotheslining Lucas Knight down before showing him dropping Masquerade with a
DDT and then showing him hitting Jake Starr with the New Jersey Neckbreaker and
then showing him standing over Christy Matthews with the World Championship in
his hand.
Helms: “This title on my shoulder...it
is what everyone aims for. In some way or another...everyone looks to be the
best at what they do. But what I disagree with....is whether I’m going into
this match at Riding the Lightning looking at my competitor or if I’m looking
at someone who is so desperate that they are going to try what Christy tried
and failed at Retribution...and that’s throw everything at me. You and I fought
along side each other for months against Infamous. And I know you’ve been
willing to give it your all every step of the way. I respect to hell what
you’ve done. But Greg....do I need to know that whether I have to keep looking
my shoulder because you’re looking to right a wrong, instead of proving you’re
the best in this company today!”
We then see shots of Greg Cherry hitting
Shawn Valiant with the Keystone State of Mind before showing him drop someone
with the Cherry Pit. This is followed with a shot of Greg Cherry celebrating as
the winner of Taking Hold of the Flame 2010 before showing him pinning Shilo
Valiant and rolling off of him before showing him hoisting the SCW United
States Championship over his shoulder.
Greg: “Not only do I finally get what
I want professionally, but after April 16th, sorry Helms....but
personally, I’m going to do anything I can to win. I’m going to do anything I
can to get my family back by my side. I’m going to win the World Championship
and return to the top of the mountain both inside....and outside this ring!”
Sharper: “Two champions and Greg
Cherry almost delivering a message to David Helms that even though there is
that respect, so much is on the line.”
Dawson: “With the World Championship,
people have done some interesting things to get it. Helms may have a hell of a
time dealing with a desperate man in Greg Cherry at Riding the Lightning!”
We then see shot of Greg Cherry
looking at the SCW World Championship as he picks it up off the canvas before
just staring at it.
Sharper: “Could that be the scene we
see at the end of Night One! Could Saturday Night end the torture Greg Cherry
is feeling because of one bad decision last November?!”
We then see Greg dropped by the New
Jersey Neckbreaker from David Helms. We then see David Helms holding his belt
as he leans against the bottom rope.
Kayl: “What about that? Could David Helms get through the weekend with his reign intact?!”
Sharper: “The World Champion stands
tall...as tall as he can right now, with the World Championship? Will that be
the case after Riding the Lightning?”
Greg Cherry vs. David Helms
SCW World Championship
The opening guitar riffs are heard leading into
"I Will Not Bow" by Breaking Benjamin. The crowd starts to cheer as
the opening line is heard.
"I will not bow
I will not break
I will shove the world away
I will not fall
I will not faint
I will take your breath away"
Greg Cherry, with the United States Championship over his shoulder, walks down
the aisle and looks out into the audience and stares out into the crowd. He
looks towards both sides and then bends down and raises both his arms up in the
air. His right hand has his middle and pointer finger and thumb extended while
his left hand has his pointer finger extended. Pyro shoots out from behind him
as he looks straight up. He then begins walking down to the ring as the cheers
rain down from the fans.
He enters the ring and brings both his hands to his head as if he's saluting
then flings his arms out to his sides then brings them back with the "Penn
Sen" hand gesture. He turns around and does this to the other side of the
ring before turning back around, raising his hands with the "VLI"
symbol.
Greg walks over to the turnbuckle to the left and raises
up both hands with all fingers extended except the ring finger. He points to
the crowd and points back to himself while shouting out to the crowd as they
cheer him. He does this to all four sides, getting the crowd riled up in a
frenzy as he steps back and readies himself for the match at hand.
Sharper: “We’ve gone over how serious this match is
for that man. He is the challenger. He is the reign United States Champion. But
he wants to regain the World Championship in order to reunite with his family.”
Kayl: “Yeah. Greg made a decision and we’ve pointed
out at various occasions that we weren’t sure about where his mind was...but he
made a decision, a bet, with his wife. He would win the World Championship at
Gang Rulz or not see his wife and child until he does.”
Sharper: “And Shawn Winters got involved and that
was that. Since then, he has managed to fight back and earn this shot here
tonight.”
WHEN DID YOU LAST MAKE A CHOICE THAT HAD A
SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON YOUR LIFE?
The words flash up on the screen as the arena lights cut out completely,
plunging the room into complete darkness. The sounds of a thunder storm echo
around the arena as the crowd view the large screens either side of the
entrance way.
WHAT IF THAT CHOICE ISOLATED YOU FROM EVERYONE THAT YOU HELD DEAR, WOULD YOU
BUCKLE UNDER THE PRESSURE?
The room is electric as the sound of thunder continues to roll through the
arena, whipping the crowd into a wild frenzy.
WOULD YOU DO THE RIGHT THING OR WOULD YOU TOW THE LINE LIKE THE REST OF THE
CROWD?
As the thunder storm rolls to a crescendo the entire stage lights up with
brilliant bright light in time with the final crack of lightning. The opening
riff from a remixed version of “All I Want” by A Day To Remember hits the pa
system as the crowd realise that David Helms is now stood on the stage; only
his silhouette viewable as a result of the blinding white light shining from
behind him. As the intro draws to a close, Helms throws his arms into the air,
his hands held together in the Self High Five.
“ALL I WANT IS A PLACE TO CALL MY OWN
TO MEND THE HEARTS OF EVERYONE WHO FEELS ALONE
WOAH; YOU KNOW TO KEEP YOUR HOPES UP HIGH
BUT YOU HEAD DOWN LOW!”
The intro gives way to the chorus of the song, the lyrics of which flash up on
the screen, as Helms jumps in the air, breaking his hands apart. As he lands,
fireworks erupt on either side of the stage before the arena’s lights come back
on. Kathryn Helms, who was stood directly behind her husband, holds her hands
in the Self High Five before slowly breaking them apart her self and smiling.
Helms, his SCW World Title fastened around his waist, begins to walk down the
ramp; hiving fiving with fans as he makes his way to the ring. As he gets to
the apron, Helms slides under the rope and runs over to the nearest ring post
where he jumps up onto the second turnbuckle and throws his arms out wide on
either side. As Kathryn climbs up onto the ring apron, the crowd are going
completely nuts for Helms, the self professed Last Shadow of Hope, who drops
down from the ring post and runs across to the opposite side, once again
climbing to the second turnbuckle. Hitting the self high five one last time,
Helms jumps into the air and lands in the middle of the ring before walking
over to the side of the ring where he wife leans on the ropes. Kathryn kisses
her husband before dropping down to the outside, leaving Helms to lean back on
the ropes and wait for the start of the match. The referee walks over and Helms
hands him the SCW World Championship.
Sharper: “David Helms is going to look to walk away
here still World Champion.”
Kayl: “Yeah and Greg Cherry said he’ll do anything.
Helms said he can understand it. But is he ready for it?”
Sharper: “Christy Matthew said something similar.
Motivation was different. But she had success with that strategy.”
The referee holds the SCW World Championship over
his head before turning and showing it to Greg Cherry briefly and then turning
and handing it off to Jason Phillips. The crowd roars as the SCW World
Championship logo goes across the screen before settling in the corner. The
referee backs up to the middle of the ring and looks to Greg and then Helms
before calling for the bell to start the match. The bell sounds and the crowd
roars. Helms and Greg walk out of the corner and both start to go to the middle
of the ring. Helms reaches out to go for the arm, as
Greg holds back a bit. The two feel each other out for a moment before Helms
moves forward and Greg drops down to a knee and spins around before grabbing
Helms. He goes for a waistlock, but Helms blocks it and goes with a wide base.
Greg quickly transitions to a side headlock and pulls back. Helms reaches up to
the face and then the arm before pulling him back. He pulls Greg against the
ropes before firing him off. Greg runs across the ring and bounces off the
other side and Greg nails Helms with a running shoulder, knocking him down. The
crowd roars a bit with some mixed reaction.
Sharper: “And Greg just runs over David Helms. That look from the champion saying it all.”
Kayl: “Greg and David sharing a bit of a glance at
each other.”
Greg then turns and runs into the ropes. Helms
rolls towards him and Greg hops over him. He then bounces off the other side. Helms leapfrogs over him and Greg bounces off the other
side. Helms then goes for a hip toss, but Greg spins through and lands on his
feet. He then pulls Helms down with a small package.
1!
2!
Helms kicks out. Both men get up and Greg attempts a jumping
enziguri, but David Helms ducks and Greg misses, landing on his stomach on the
ground. He gets up to his hands and knees and Helms goes for a waistlock, but
Greg pops up and rolls through into a victory roll.
1!
2!
Helms kicks out again. Both men get up and Greg attempts a
forearm, connecting before running into the ropes. Helms
however runs after him and Greg bounces off the ropes and gets nailed in
the ribs with a knee, causing Greg to flip forward, holding his ribs.
Sharper: “Oh! Hard knee to the
ribs.”
Kayl: “That may be one of the smartest moves Helms
can do. You take the air out. You make it harder to breathe. You put a limit on
how long Greg can last before he has to really dig down to get the job done.”
Sharper: “Helms no doubt thought about that. Greg holding his ribs. Clearly in pain and he’s got to make
sure he doesn’t panic. A lot is on the shoulders of the challenger.”
Greg starts to get up and Helms grabs him and lifts
him up. He then snapmares him over before grabbing him by the
head and flipping forward with a neck whip. Greg falls back and Helms
turns and hooks the leg.
1!
2!
Greg kicks out. He turns and starts to get up. Helms gets to his feet. Greg gets up and Helms runs into the
ropes. He bounces off them and takes Greg down with a clothesline. Greg is slow
to get back up and Helms turns and hops onto the middle turnbuckle. He looks at
Greg as he gets up and nails him with a diving shoulder block. Greg rolls
through and onto his stomach. Helms crawls over and
rolls him over before hooking the outside leg.
1!
2!
Greg gets his shoulder up and rolls over and the
crowd roars a bit. Greg starts to get up and crawls to the ropes. He then uses
them to get up. Helms grabs him from behind and Greg
nails him with a back elbow. Helms holds on and Greg
nails him again. Helms stumbles back. Greg then runs
at Helms, but Helms ducks and spins around, grabbing Greg in a waistlock again
before throwing him up and down with a high angle back suplex. Helms then rolls over and walks over to the apron. He exits
to it and starts to climb up to the top rope.
Sharper: “Helms trying to stay ahead of Greg
Cherry. Perhaps thinking that if he gets Greg flustered,
he’ll panic. Lead to a big mistake.”
Kayl: “Yeah. But this isn’t Greg Cherry’s first
rodeo. He’s a three time champion.”
Sharper: “That is true. But the last time he held
the World Championship was in 2007. That’s a long drought and that can mess
with your head.”
Kayl: “Even the Boston Red Sox and Chicago
Blackhawks catch a break and end that streak.”
Sharper: “I thought you were a Blue Jays and Leafs
fan.”
Kayl: “Let’s bring that up here.”
Helms gets up to the top as Greg looks up. Helms
dives off with a double axe handle smash, but Greg moves out of the way. Helms lands
on his feet and then rolls through. He turns back to Greg and Greg runs at him
and nails him with a forearm. He then hits a second before spinning around and
nailing Helms with a discus forearm. Helms stumbles and Greg turns and runs
into the ropes. Helms attempts a clothesline on the rebound,
but Greg ducks and then jumps to the middle rope and pushes off, nailing Helms
with a back elbow. Helms rolls back and gets up at the ropes. Greg gets
back up and runs at him before clotheslining him up and over the top rope and
to the floor. The crowd ohs as Helms falls back and into the barricade.
Sharper: “Greg Cherry clothesline
David Helms over the top rope. Hard landing for the
champion.”
Kayl: “If I’m Cherry, I do damage here and then get
Helms back into the ring and hope for the pin. Use what’s around ringside.”
Sharper: “As if we haven’t seen that enough thus
far.”
Helms starts to pull himself up and Greg turns and
runs across the ring.(1) He bounces off the far ropes
before running at the ropes and baseball sliding Helms. Helms falls back and
into the barricade.(2) He then walks forward and Greg
Cherry gets up before slingshotting over the top rope and while going down to
the floor, he grabs Helms head and DDTs him into the mats. The crowd ohs and
many roar as Greg winces and Helms just looks out of it.
Sharper: “Oh! DDT on the floor! Sorry, slingshot
DDT into the floor.”
Kayl: “And gravity doing
Greg Cherry a service!”
Greg rolls over and slowly pull
himself up. (1) He grabs at the ring apron and gets up before turning back to
David. He lifts him up. (2) He then drags him up to his feet before turning and
rolling him into the ring. Greg then slides in and immediately goes for the
pin, hooking both legs.
1!
2!
Helms gets his shoulder up and rolls towards the middle of
the ring. The crowd ohs and Greg slowly pulls himself up. Helms
starts to get up himself and Greg clubs him in the back. He then lifts
him up before hooking his leg and throwing him back with a Russian leg sweep.
Greg then rolls over and hits a leg drop to the head of the champion. He gets
up again and drops another leg. He pops up and hits a third leg drop before
rolling into a pin.
1!
2!
Helms rolls his shoulder off the canvas and Greg
then gets up and grabs Helms and locks him in a reverse chinlock.
Sharper: “Greg Cherry punishing David Helms with a
series of leg drops that only got a two count. Now going into
the reverse chinlock.”
Kayl: “Buying time to think really. Even this, it’s
not enough pressure to really get Helms unless-“
Sharper: “Well we’ve seen weirder things happen!”
Greg pulls back and after a few moments, Helms
turns to his knees. Kathryn looks on as Greg lifts Helms up. Before Helms can
start any offensive, though, Greg knees him in the ribs. He then lifts him up
and throws him back with a back suplex. He then goes for another pin.
1!
2!
Helms kicks out. Greg gets up and walks over to the corner. He
then exits to the apron and starts to climb up to the top rope. He watches
Helms as Helms stirs and Greg perches himself up on the top rope. Helms gets to
his feet and Greg dives off and attempts a spinning heel kick, but Helms ducks
forward and to the corner. Greg lands to the mat hard and rolls through. He
winces and Helms gets up and runs forward and nails Greg with a traditional
spinning heel kick. He then goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Greg kicks out. He rolls over and Helms gets back
up. He walks around as Greg holds his back and gets to his feet before Helms
scoops him up and drops him with a backbreaker. Greg rolls over in pain.
Kayl: “Helms may just have found an opening. Greg
going for that spinning heel kick and he’s hurt.”
Sharper: “Holding his back. He hit the canvas hard.
May have a big injury there.”
Kayl: “Do you think Shilo’s sitting backstage
wondering who he’d rather face? If so, that right there may make Greg a
favourite for Shilo. Shilo’s already painting a target on his back just like
Helms did with that backbreaker.”
Greg continues to writhe in pain before grabbing at
the ropes. Helms grabs him and lifts him back up. He
then spins him around and whips him into the ropes. Greg bounces off the ropes
and Helms lifts him up on the rebound and plants him with an STO. He then gets

the win here. Greg Cherry will do anything not to lose.”
Kayl: “Same about Helms though. Think about what
he’s gone through as champion this year so far.”
Sharper: “Wins over Jake Starr and Christy
Matthews. Greg Cherry meanwhile has managed to take out Shawn Winters and Shilo
Valiant.”
Kayl: “The second man someone he’s hoping to be
