A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.

MAIN SHOW:

Computer created trumpets and synthesizer music can be heard. Swirls of fluorescent colours flashes around the screen before pictures with harsh blue borders come up on the screen from different directions. First up is Syren. We then hear Mr. D’s voice announcing them all in over the top fashion.

Mr. D: “Syren!”

Sienna Swann starts to fly up before the scene suddenly cuts to static as the vintage music cuts to too. A shot of Sienna Swann looking around, annoyed, followed by Chris Cannon attacking Derek Adonis play.

“In one night, everything can change.”

Chris Cannon placing the KABLAMathon trophy down on his locker room bench follows. Jordan Majors is then shown hitting Sienna Swann with the Cash Out. Following this, Xander Valentine is shown holding Regan Street up in the corner, placing her up in the corner, at Cold Blooded. David Helms and Tommy Valentine shoving one another follows.

“Respect could be forcibly earned…”

Tommy Valentine is then shown shoving David Helms into Xander Valentine, leading Xander to attack Helms. Selena Frost is shown nailing Tommy Valentine.

“Or revenge can be had…”

Syren throwing down a microphone follows before we see as hot of Peyton Rice, Owen Cruze, Alistaire Allocco, Aaron Blackbourne and Kelcey Wallace standing in the ring.

“Old highs can be regained or new ones reached.”

Asher Hayes is shown standing in the ring before cutting to a shot of Clyde Sutter knocking Selena Frost over in their past match. Kelsai Adamson-Mason is then shown hitting a moonsault on Syren. Jake Starr is then shown with his pool notebook, as Asher Hayes runs up to him.

“Or chaos can reign…”

Blake Mason is then shown talking to Josh Hudson.

“Or opportunity can be seized.”

The scene cuts to black.

“But it’s all for one thing…”

We then see a shot of the SCW World Championship, in a brazier. The brazier starts to light, a flame engulfing the scene before cutting to black.

The scene cuts to a shot of a brazier, as the camera spins out to show the Taking Hold of the Flame logo as “Take Hold of the Flame” by Queensryche plays in the background.

“Supreme Championship Wrestling presents the seventeenth annual Taking Hold of the Flame!”

The logo remains on the screen for a few moments before we cut to the inside of the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The crowd cheers as pyro shoots out from the entrance way and into the air. Cameras start to pan across the arena as spotlights follow.

Sharper: “It is the seventeenth annual Taking Hold of the Flame. Forty individuals will enter that ring and all for a shot at the World Championship in Minneapolis for Rise to Greatness!”

The cameras continue to pan for a few moments before cutting to ringside as Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots stand at ringside.

Sharper: “Hello again everyone. Adam Sharper here with Jonathan Knots. We’re at ringside for what is sure to be a historic night. The Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal takes place tonight!”

Knots: “Forty people – men, women, bears – they’re going to enter that ring. The winner goes to Rise to Greatness to challenge for the World Title. Everyone is watching this one and as the opening said, it’s one match that can change everything.”

Sharper: “But who may they face? That would be either Bree Lancaster or Aaron Blackbourne. World Title on the line later tonight.”

Knots: “Rematch from Rise to Greatness last year. This time, World Title on the line. This time, Aaron Blackbourne says he’s feeling good. But the problem for him? Bree Lancaster feels good too.”

Sharper: “She’s a double champion right now. We have that, the Best in the World Tag Team Tournament finals and much more, but let’s now go to the ring!”

Shilo Valiant vs. Datura

The lights cut out as a monotonous drone vibrates throughout the arena. On the screen, scenes of post-apocalyptic landscapes contrasts the darkness is a bright sheen of white. A raspy voice begins:

“The car’s on fire, and there’s no driver at the wheel, and the sewers are all muddied with a thousand lonely suicides, and a dark wind blows. The government is corrupt and we’re on so many drugs with the radio on and the curtains drawn. We’re trapped in the belly of this horrible machine, and the machine is bleeding to death. The sun has fallen down, and the billboards are all leering, and the flags are all dead at the top of their poles."

A chorus of melancholy strings sharply interjects, and a pale spotlight settles at the top of the ramp. There, it falls on Datura. She stops at the top of the ramp and stares out into the darkness of the crowd and sea of jeers that flood her way.

"It went like this: The buildings tumbled in on themselves. Mothers clutching babies picked through the rubble and pulled out their hair. The skyline was beautiful on fire, all twisted metal stretching upward, everything washed in a thin orange haze

I said ‘Kiss me. You’re beautiful. These are truly the last days. You grabbed my hand and we fell into it like a daydream or a fever.”

Elizabeth trudges down the ramp, and the dim light follows. She ignores the silhouetted hands that reach in her direction.

Phillips: “The opening contest tonight at Taking Hold of the Flame is scheduled for onefall and has a thirty minute time limit. First, from Tampa, Florida, she is Datura!”

The strings slow, and she stands upon the apron, blankly staring forward at the ring. After stepping between the ropes, she makes her way to the corner and lowers her hood, allowing her locks to tumble down her shoulders. Her hands clasp the rope on each side of the turnbuckle, and she averts her blank stare to the sky.

Sharper: “Datura has been busy in recent weeks. She pinned Shilo Valiant at Cold Blooded, but two weeks ago, she made clear to Shilo she can be unpredictable and last week she clearly stated to Aaron Blackbourne that she’ll worry about Shilo.”

Knots: “A weird respect between Datura and Aaron Blackbourne. But at the same time, I’m hearing Bree Lancaster has been telling everyone she’s asked Datura to keep Shilo out of their match. The fact is that everyone is spinning this their own way. Who knows what to believe!”

“MAKE ME LAUGH!”

The voice echoes as the main riffs of "The Man Who Laughs" by Rob Zombie is heard, a spotlight shining down on the ramp

From the back walks Shilo Valiant, walking straight into the single spot of light. He slowly locks his arms in the X pattern of "Necro" before thrusting his right hand up to the spotlight, looking up at the raised palm that faces him. As he does, a shower of red sparks rains down upon him, seemingly from the spotlight. He slowly lowers his arm, the colors of his attire and mask glowing among the red of the rain and white of the spotlights

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, he is Shilo Valiant!”

The eternally smiling one slowly walks down the ramp, the spotlight following him. He walks around the ring and up the short stairs, climbing under the middle-rope to enter the ring. Standing within its center, the spotlight still cast on him, Shilo Valiant slowly raises his arm once more to the source, his spotlight, looking up at it as his fingers reach for it.

With a one last look at such an image, Shilo commanding the spotlight on him, the lights return to normal.

Sharper: “Shilo Valiant meanwhile has to love the spotlight. Love the attention he’s getting. We also know he’ll be one of the forty later tonight. So high stakes for him.”

Knots: “Datura’s done after this and if she is able to do what we know she can, Shilo Valiant may be regretting his games. Lying down at Cold Blooded? Taunting everyone…”

The bell sounds. Shilo looks at Datura as Datura walks along the ropes. She turns to him. Shilo gets his hands up as the two move toward one another, watching the other. Datura feigns going low, bringing Shilo to a knee. He gets up and Datura hits a dropkick. Shilo hits the mat and rolls over as the crowd roars. He gets up and Datura moves in and grabs the arm of Shilo and pulls it up and over the top rope. She pulls as Shilo grabs at the hair. Datura turns and kicks him in the ribs as the referee calls for the break.

Datura turns to Shilo and Shilo looks at her, both still grabbing a hold. They both let go and back away. The crowd roars. Shilo nods and then lunges for a snap jab, but Datura reaches up and takes him over with an arm drag. Datura grabs his hair and pulls up on it to help pull him up and Datura kicks him in the ribs. She then hits another arm drag. Shilo nods as Datura holds on.

Sharper: “Datura came in with a plan and quickly is showing rules may be more suggestions.”

Knots: “Fighting fire with fire in a different way?”

Datura then gets up and stomps Shilo in the shoulder. Shilo pulls away. He gets up and Datura chops him. The crowd woos. Datura chops him again. More woos. She then grabs him by the head and moves him to the ropes. Shilo blocks it though and elbows Datura in the ribs. He then grabs her and hits a quick hip toss on Datura, lifting her over the top rope. She hits the apron and rolls to the floor as Shilo smirks. He mockingly puts up one finger as if to suggest that’s one. Datura slowly rolls over on the floor. (1)

Sharper: “Later tonight, in the battle royal, that would be an elimination.”

Knots: “Datura didn’t try to stop the momentum. No need to waste the energy here.”

Datura gets up and Shilo runs across the ring. He bounces off the ropes and runs at Datura. Datura moves out of the way and Shilo baseball slides to the floor. Datura turns and Shilo clotheslines her down. (1) The crowd boos. Shilo grabs Datura and drags her up before running her into the ring. (2) Shilo rolls in after as Datura starts to get up and Shilo runs at her and hits a running knee. Datura spins off to the mat. Shilo goes for the pin.

Datura kicks out. Shilo gets up. Datura turns as Shilo grabs her and spins her into the corner. Shilo then kicks her in the ribs and then again. She bends over and Shilo turns and boots her in the side of the head. Datura falls through the ropes to the apron. Shilo then walks around.

Sharper: “Shilo almost methodical, but also trying to flash this up a bit.”

Knots: “Needs that swagger. Needs to feel that crowd.”

Sharper: “Positively or negatively. And there seem to be a lot of Datura fans here in Newark.”

Shilo then runs across the ring. He bounces off and goes for a running boot. Datura ducks down and grabs his boot, holding onto it on the top rope. Datura then jumps to the middle rope and jumps over the top rope, taking Shilo down with an inverted bulldog. The crowd ohs. Datura rolls through. Shilo rolls over and gets up and Datura hits another dropkick. She goes for the pin.

Shilo kicks out. Both get up and Datura forearms Shilo in the jaw and then again before going to place him on the top rope. She sets up for a rope rake, but Shilo spins out and grabs Datura and hits a snap back suplex. Datura rolls through. She holds the back of her head and starts to get up. Shilo gets up and runs at her and hits a leg lariat. He rolls through and then goes for the pin.

Datura kicks out again. Shilo then gets up and looks at her as she stirs and just drops to one knee, his other knee extending to catch Datura in the side of the head. Datura rolls over, more annoyed than anything.

Sharper: “Datura getting annoyed as Shilo takes a few liberties.”

Knots: “Again, that flash and flourish could be the problem for him. He can’t help it!”

Sharper: “Or he knows it’s an easy way to rile an opponent. And we’ve seen very few able to rile Datura.”

Datura rolls over and Shilo grabs her and snapmares her over. He then then looks at her, as if the gears are turning before he then crosses his arms and smirks before hitting a kick to the head before dancing up and kicking her again, mimicking a Russian dance. Datura notices this in the back screen and can be seen almost in disbelief as she rolls over, dodging a third kick and she gets up and runs at Shilo. She flips up into his arms and grabs his head and drives him down with a DDT. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Flipping up into a DDT!”

Knots: “And it worked. Datura flipped up, caught him and dropped him. Dance later. We have a bear in action you’ll love!”

Datura rolls over as Shilo holds his head. He starts to get up and gets to his knees and Datura runs at him and hits another dropkick. Shilo hits the mat. Datura then rolls him over and then jumps up and hits a knee drop to the face. Shilo holds his face. Datura goes for the pin.

Shilo kicks out. He rolls over and starts to get up and Datura gets up and drives the point of her elbow into the back of Shilo’s head. Shilo drops to a knee. Datura then drags him out and pulls back before hitting a neckbreaker. Datura then runs into the ropes, bouncing off and jumping up and hitting another knee drop. She rolls through. Shilo rolls over and gets up and runs at Datura. Datura ducks and spins around Shilo. She holds on and Shilo grabs at the ropes. Datura clubs him in the back and then again and again. She tries for a German suplex, but Shilo keeps holding on. He then catches her with a good back elbow. Datura stumbles back. Shilo then turns around and runs at her, but Datura catches him and hits a reverse STO. The crowd cheers. Datura then rolls through into a Koji clutch!

Sharper: “Datura locks in the Koji Clutch. Shilo down and she’s squeezing!”

Knots: “Trying to cut off the air. I don’t know if that’ll stop his ego though!”

Sharper: “She’s going to try. Shilo Valiant in trouble!”

Datura keeps pulling back as Shilo reaches around before starting to move his body. Datura holds on as Shilo uses his weight and power to try and move forward. Datura keeps pulling back as the official, Steve Hollinsworth, is right in Shilo’s face, trying to see if he’ll tap. Shilo keeps moving, and moving as the crowd cheers for Datura. Shilo starts to sweep out to the left as Datura keeps leaning back, trying to have as much pressure as possible on the hold. Shilo makes another shuffle before reaching out with his leg and breaking the plane of the ropes. Hollinsworth calls for the break.

Datura lets go and rolls back. Shilo rolls over. As he starts to get up, Datura runs over and jumps up and hits a senton backsplash to his lower back. Shilo grimaces and rolls over to his back. Datura goes for the pin.

Shilo gets his shoulder up.

Sharper: “Datura not holding up an inch. Shilo got out of the Koji Clutch and Datura followed up for a nearfall!”

Knots: “And Shilo may be having a moment of panic in his mask!”

Shilo rolls over and crawls to the ropes. He starts to get up and Datura runs along the ropes, bounces off and jumps to the middle rope before spinning through with another reverse STO. She tries for the Koji clutch again, but Shilo starts to try and block it. He gets his knees under him as Datura continues to try and lock in the hold. Shilo then lifts Datura up and powerbomb her down. Datura holds on and Shilo lifts her up and hits a second powerbomb. He falls back to the ropes as Datura rolls over in pain. She starts to get up and Shilo then shakes his head to get the cobwebs loose and steps up and kicks her in the ribs. He places her head between his legs and hoists her up before turning and hitting a buckle powerbomb. Datura falls down to a seated position in the corner after impact.

Sharper: “Three powerbombs! The final into the corner!”

Knots: “Well that didn’t have the flash. That was just trying to close the gap. Datura was outwrestling him!”

Shilo staggers over and grabs Datura and pulls her up. He then whips her hard across the ring. Datura winces in pain. Shilo gets up and runs across and nails her with a running clothesline. Datura falls forward into Shilo. Shilo scoops her up and slams her down in the middle of the ring. Shilo turns and exits to the apron. He climbs up to the top rope. He gets to the top rope and dives off with an elbow drop. He goes for the pin.

Datura gets her shoulder up. She rolls over. The crowd cheers. Shilo gets up and grabs her by the hair and then pulls her up before scoop slamming her again, this time by the ropes. Shilo runs across, bounces off the ropes before hitting rolling thunder.

Sharper: “Shilo hitting his greatest hits now. The rolling thunder.”

Knots: “Probably feeling confident!”

Shilo rolls back. Datura holds her ribs. She winces and starts to try and fight to her feet. Shilo walks up behind her and hooks her up before throwing her up and down with the Morning Star.
Shilo hooks the leg.

Datura gets her shoulder up. Shilo looks up and then looks around before getting up and grabbing Datura by the hair. He starts to pull her up. Shilo then pulls her in, but Datura fights and stomps Shilo in the foot before hooking him up and yelling out, hitting the Lady Death into the corner, with Datura using her strength to get Shilo up and over into the corner. Shilo rolls over in pain. Datura then turns and grabs at the arm of Shilo and knees him in the shoulder and then again. Shilo falls into the ropes. Datura knees him again and again.

Sharper: “Datura muscling Shilo up!”

Knots: “Talk about something unexpected!”

Sharper: “And now going for the arm!”

Datura lets go and steps back and over to the middle of the ring. Shilo steps up and walks forward as Datura runs at Shilo, but Shilo suddenly spins, hitting the Broken Smile. The crowd hos. Datura drops. Shilo drops down, smirking as he leans back on her.

Knots: “Oh God!”

Sharper: “The Broken Smile. Datura ran right into it. Shilo set it up!”

The crowd boos. Shilo rolls off.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Shilo Valiant!”

Shilo gets up and smiles. Hollinsworth holds his arm up in victory.

Sharper: “Shilo Valiant with one sudden move-“

Knots: “That new trick up his sleeve.”

Sharper: “Stops Datura and wins the match.”

Knots: “Now is he going to wait for the battle royal or will we be seeing him later in the World Title match.”

Knots: “Datura has been stopped. I don’t know about Shilo!”

Shilo smirks as he looks around as a spotlight shines down on the ring as Hollinsworth turns back and checks on Datura before we cut away.

Jaina Lancaster is seen walking backstage as Dylan Howell is walking into the area she’s standing.

Jaina: “ Dylan…Dylan, could I please get a word with you before your match with Ridley Ellis, with the winner going on to the Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal later tonight?”

Smiling and laughing, Dylan comes over to Jaina making airplane noises as he does. Dylan’s manager Sam Alexis is with him cringing but only slightly at the way Dylan is acting while just shaking her head with a grin. Arriving alongside Jaina, Dylan gives no advanced warning and gives Jaina a huge hug, during which Jaina looks some what confused but is still smiling as she pulls away.

Dylan: “Hi Jaina!”

Jaina: “Ummm hi Dylan.”

Dylan: “I know who you are, you are my friend Amy’s girl! The one that was not trying to swap spit with Billy Blake Mason.”

And now it is Jaina who is cringing just a little bit, but you need expect the unexpected when talking to or about Dylan. Sam tries to comfort her.

Sam: “I am so sorry dear. Let me handle this.”

Sam turns to Dylan and just stares at him, the kind of stare that would make even Vladamir Putin think twice about what he has done recently.

Sam: “Yes, this is Amy’s girl, which you know, and that is why you are never going to discuss that with her again, are we clear?”

Actually frozen in his tracks for a moment, Dylan seems contrite, which is really odd for him.

Dylan: “Ok, no more, I went too far this time. Sorry Jaina. Amy is my friend though. Please tell her that I said hello.”

The color coming back into her face now, Jaina is smiling again, and ready to get back to the business of this interview.

Jaina: “I will do that Dylan, though you can probably see my Mom backstage during a show since she is a manager in SCW now. Speaking of getting ready however, can you tell me how you have been getting ready for your opponent tonight, Ridley Ellis?”

Looking at Jaina wide eyed again, Dylan smiles.

Dylan: “Ridley Ellis looked good in that match on Breakdown Wednesday night, didn’t he? But that was Breakdown, and this is the Flame thingy. And what you need to understand Ridley, if that is in fact your real name, is that nothing and no one is going to stop me from getting to that battle royal, and you know why that is Jaina?”

A smirk is forming on Jaina’s face.

Jaina: “No, but I bet you are going to tell me why that is, aren’t you Dylan.”

Dylan: “Oh you had better believe that I am, Jaina. Nobody is going to stop me from getting into the battle royal for the Flame thingy, because nobody is going to stop me from winning the flame thingy. Winning the flame thingy is my destiny just like having a McDonald’s Big Mac is my destiny later tonight after I win the flame thingy! Because, and this is very important Jaina so you might want Mr. Camera Guy to get in real close her so that everyone can really understand just how much what I am about to say really means to me, once I win the flame thingy and I will, then no one can stop me, from a date with history at RtG and finally being reunited with…

ADDY!”

There is a huge pop from the crowd, albeit a mixed reaction, with a lot of fans who would like to see Dylan hold the Adrenaline Championship again, but maybe even more who are fans of the current Adrenaline Champion Peyton Rice, who would like to see her keep the championship. Dylan of course, doesn’t even realize that some of the fans do not like what he currently has to say because Dylan, as always, is off in his own little world, he honestly could probably not even tell you who Peyton Rice is which shows you how distant from reality Dylan is. For her part however, Jaina wisely lets Dylan continue his current train of thought, without interrupting him as he is starting to get all sweaty just from the interview.

Dylan: “And Ridley, I know you are new here to SCW, and so you probably have idea what in tarnation that I am about to say right now or why it is important but look into my eyes Ridley and understand one thing: No one, and I mean no one, is going to get in the way of the Mighty King of Big Mac when the prize is Addy! Jaina, have a good night! Sam, I have a spot to win in the flame thingy, right now though, I’m hungry!”

Dylan walks off with Sam, heading toward a concession stand as Jaina can’t help but laugh.

Backstage, we’re greeted by Adam Allocco. Big smile, big shiny bald head. Besides him, the 2020 World’s Best Trophy is shown. The cameras cut to shots to two name plates resting on the table. One says: “Pina Coladas, Delilah and HUNG”, the other: “Thieves of Joy, Devin Brando and Lyza Reyes”. We return to Adam Allocco.

Adam: “Tonight, we’re about to witness history. I and a panel of industry experts went through a hundred applications of hungry teams to be part of the inaugural World’s Best: Tag Team Tournament. We chose six. Some faces familiar. Some reputations legendary. Some teams with history, some teams with chemistry. Ultimately, we ran with six of the most promising and diverse corp. A little bit of everything was part of this tournament and in the end, two teams survived the regular tournament to make it to the finals.”

Delilah and HUNG, the Pina Coladas are shown first. A screen to the left of Allocco begins to play their highlight reals.

Adam: “Youth. Boundless energy. Each generation take a slightly different approach than the generation before. It’s called evolution. Pina Coladas have proven themselves as the possible next step in the evolution of tag team wrestling. They embody the technical achievement of this sport as well as the athleticism that has come to dominate. No one can deny Deliah and HUNG the overwhelming raw effort they have put into this tournament. They earned every win. They are undefeated.”

Now Devin Brando and Lyza Reyes are shown. Like before, their highlights play behind Adam Allocco.

Adam: “But there is no replacement for experience. Lyza Reyes and Devin Brando, separately they have been the darlings of the internet wrestling scene. They have gone viral for their accomplishments all over the globe. They might have looked past the Pina Coladas in the first round of this tournament, but no more. They understand the task before them. They are the embodiment of professionalism. Where Pina Coladas are eager, they are calm and collected. Poise is great asset for any team.”

The trophy, the gigantic cup, is once again put on display. Adam Allocco stepping over to stand by the reward. The features are shown.

Adam: “In a few minutes, I expect a war to be had over this trophy. Bragging rights, inroads, opportunities. All of that is on the line. May the victor takes the spoils. Let’s hear from our participants, shall we?”

Scene changes over.

Delilah and HUNG, the Pina Coladas ready themselves for the biggest match of their entire young career. Delilah in a very bright flowery attire, HUNG in black and pink. Delilah stretches as Regan Street, The Hellcat who will be in the Taking Hold of the Flame Battle Royal smiles and sees the two preparing themselves. They don’t know she is looking and listening in..

HUNG: “I smelled CHBK!”

Delilah: “Wait, you did what!?”

HUNG: “I smelled a legend! I was over at catering and this old dude walked by, I didn’t recognize him at first and then when I smelled that mix of strawberries and a cow patch, it was like… CHBK! Babe, I also walked by Xander Vale…”

Delilah: “Dude! Do not say that guys name, he is like the Candyman and will show up right here and kill us both before we get to go out there and beat Lyza Reyes and Devin Brando… wait sorry, “Thieves of Joy”. Mate, I know you’re super excited to be here and all, but you must be careful, ANYONE can sneak up on you and….”

Regan: “Boo.”

Delilah jumps, then turns to see Regan there chuckling….

Delilah: “That was not funny!”

HUNG: “Actually it was, babe.”

Regan: “Are you two ready?”

HUNG: “OOOOOOHHHHH Yes!”

Delilah: “Yeah totally stoked.”

Regan: “Listen you two, going out there as competitors is a totally different experience then walking out accompanying me. Delilah, Hugo, you two get a chance to make history in only your sixth match as professionals, becoming the Best Tag Team in the World, behind Selena and I…. or even David and I.”

HUNG: “Oh yea… of course.”

Delilah: “Totally. We will be ready, they think we are kids and we have these huge heads and became complacent; they like to talk a lot out of their arses, especially Brando, but what they don’t get is? THEY are the one who were complacent, they are the ones who overlooked us and now want to act like we don’t bloody matter, but we do.”

She glances over at HUNG who is nodding and smiling…..

Delilah: “Dude, help me here, I don’t; want to do all the talking.”

HUNG: “Oh yeah, wait is this like a promo?”

Delilah: “Bro…..”

Delilah points at the camera, Regan proud of how Delilah is developing…

HUNG: “Oh shi…. I mean oh darn. So yeah, Thieves of Joy, they have done a complete 180, we haven’t changed one bit from the first match to now. We went through our trials and tribulations, we were beat up, sent to the hospital and came back stronger than ever. Sure, we are a couple of underdogs, some arrogant rookies who don’t know any better? Nah, I disagree, we are two confident wrestlers that defeated five of the best tag teams in the world and is one victory away from taking it all.”

Regan: “That was good.”

HUNG: “Thanks.”

Regan: “Delilah?”

Delilah: “I think what the problem is with the Thieves is, they were embarrassed in the first round, let’s be honest they are the team to beat and many are picking them to win including Datura. Mates, I never listened to opinions, I think about our road here, and sure we don’t have a storied career like the King, Devin Brando, we don’t have those moments that make us shine like Lyza Reyes, but you know what we do have? Pedigree, heart, determination and most of all, we are here to open some eyes in the SCW, we want contracts here, be a part of the Tag Team Division……”

Her and Regan’s eyes connect…

Delilah: “AFTER…. Regan wins the Supreme Championship. Anyways, the one thing that we have never had to do or will do? Is make excuses. Lyza and Devin talked about how they were on Shaky ground to start the tournament, what about us? We teamed for the VERY first time ever, if anyone was on shaky ground it was us bit that is okay mates, life is such, we all try to come up with some sort of definition to explain our failures. Plain and simple, while HUGO and I have never tasted defeat? We know what is like to lose. Devin and Lyza, they might be the veterans, but we stand here with no fear, because we haven’t experienced it.”

HUNG: “It is easy to fall back on our rookie status, but this is TAKING HOLD OF THE FLAME BABY! And tonight, it is one of the biggest events of the year and the road toward Rise to Greatness. We are here in the finals for a reason, it wasn’t because of our good looks, personalities and charisma! The tendency to party and bring out the Pina Coladas, not right now, not yet. We are saving those for later, when they crown us Best Tag Team in the World. Every king falls, cabron, there comes a time when the New Blood steps in the rest start to get weeded out. The Thieves of Joy were always supposed to win this tournament they say? Why don’t we put that theory to the test Devin? But one thing I will leave you with, we aren’t going into this ready to lose the biggest match of our career to two that we already beaten, the one underestimating anyone is the Thieves, so let’s see what happens, when the top team in the tournament picked to win it all loses again to us…. And let’s see how you feel, homie.”

Hung looks over at Delilah who smirks, Regan wraps her arms around both and brings them in as Delilah speaks…

Delilah: “Try and steal our happiness, for when it is over and that bell rings, mates? The only thing we will be hearing is our beating hearts…. Drinking?”

All Three: “SOME PINA COLADAS!!!!”

Regan laughs, high fiving Delilah and HUGO, David pops in and gives them some good luck vibes and advice…

For if they get their way.

PINA COLADAS FOR ALL!

As the show goes on at the Prudential Center, Lyza Reyes is seen in her locker room slowly rising to her feet from what appears to be a meditation pillow. She’s already in her ring gear, minus the boots, and instead has on a pair of slippers. The room is decorated with succulents and lavender in vases, adding to the zen vibe one may have gathered upon entry. Devin is across the room, merely staring off, trying to keep his focus. Acknowledging the camera, Lyza is the first to address the fans and viewers.
Lyza Reyes: “Greetings and salutations to all. First, I’d like to thank the leadership team at SCW for the opportunity to participate in this tournament with my partner, Devin, and to the fans for making us feel welcomed. The journey has been one full of lessons, and one in which I have seen growth between my partner and I. Despite what happened on night one, resilience and experience is what has helped us make it to the finals. I want you all to understand that it’s perfectly fine to be upset by a loss, one that was not anticipated. What we did after was turn those feelings into fuel to push forward. Being bested by the Pina Coladas on night one and seeing them afterward was indicative that they could be a finalist…”

Reyes: “And here we are. Yeah, it’s too bad we’re not in Puerto Rico staying near pristine beaches, but instead, we’re in a cooler environment; one that I’m all too familiar with as an East Coast native. I always did that if you could make it here, you can make it anywhere! So what better stage than the Prudential Center?”

This gets a pop from the fans in attendance.

Reyes: “Looking at this from an investor’s point of view, you’re going to have your rough starts at first, but what’s important is that you build your way up to getting yourself out of debt and then you manage to stay afloat to work your way up and see the profits. The Pina Coladas are like the upstarts that are handsomely backed by Angel investors because of what they will be able to bring to the table. Young, talented, and full of charisma - who wouldn’t want to buy a few shares while the pickings are good?”

Reyes: “First impressions are crucial, but you can only ride that wave until you get to the end. Imagine having an impressive start only to come out with a blemish at the end? I do not envy anyone who’s been through that. But as any financial expert would say, when investing, you need to be in it for the long haul as giving up prematurely or selling too soon will only bite you afterward. Devin and I have been in the business long enough to know what it takes to succeed and outlive the one-hit-wonders who can’t seem to get anywhere after the novelty has run its course.”

Reyes: “What’s crazy is, I have seen bits and pieces of my former self in Delilah and Hugo, so it’s almost like watching archived footage come to life, with Delilah’s innocence and Hugo’s bravado. I get it, man. You want to be treated with respect and seen for the awesome muchachos that you are. You’ve managed to do just that, but here’s where things get a little fuzzy…”

She clears her throat before proceeding.

Reyes: “The word ‘humble’ being thrown around by the guy claiming that I wanted his autograph is comical. Dare I give Hugo props for making me laugh with that one! There’s nothing wrong with coming out of this humbled, as I do not foresee an easy fight. Winning can be humbling when you know how much work it took to get there. It’s the ‘unexpected’ that hits a certain way...especially one of awakening. “

“Ultra. “

Devin: “We don’t need to say much. The fact that you heard us, and you have tried to understand us...is more than I expected. I expected you two to do something different--perhaps stroke your own egos some more. But it’s important for you to understand what’s coming to you. You said that you were going to humble us again when this whole time, this has been a quest for you two to learn humility. What we said originally about you two getting too close to the sun really applies here now. “

Devin drags a hand through his hair.

Devin: “As Lyza said, the unexpected is what hurts the most. It’s why many people get knocked out when they’re punched in the face for the first time. You two have ridden a wave of momentum and success to this match. However, the reality th”at you’re going to lose here is going to hurt more than anything else in your young lives.

Offering the camera a tiny and slightly vindictive smile, Devin narrows his eyes.

Devin: “We have to come to this the end. I want you two to do whatever you can to enjoy yourself. Have fun in this final match. We’ll take you two to your limits as well as you’re going to do this. I mean that with sincerity, and it’s a statement that comes from experience.”

The Last King leaves the audience with one final statement, the last he will say before the end of this journey of his and Lyza’s.

Devin: “Because I want you to remember your first loss fondly and not just the lights hanging above your heads.”

We cut to ringside. The trophy has been moved to the far end of the stage. The cameras switch over to the announcers table, where Adam Allocco has joined Sharper and Jonathan Knots.

Sharper: “We are joined here by the tournament organizer, none other than Wrestling’s Enlightenment, Adam Allocco.”

Knots: “Hey Adam.”

Allocco: “Thanks for having me aboard here. Right now, I’m here to enlighten you on the innerworkings of this finals match. Later, you two have been blessed with the opportunity to call the battle royal, where yours truly is going to pull of upset.”

Sharper: “Arrogant as always.”

Allocco: “It’s called confidence, Sharper. I respect you. Don’t go destroying that respect.”

Phillips: “The following match is scheduled for one fall. There is no time limit. It is the 2020 World’s Best Tournament Finals…”

Pina Colada vs. Devin Brando & Lyza Reyes

Finals of the World’s Best Tournament

The lights go out with a flip of the switch as the opening to Escape by Rupert Holmes hits over the P.A System, all eyes then divert to the stage as a pink and yellow hue begins to emanate from the lights. The large Screen explodes into life with the words…

::The Following is a HUNG Production::

Then there is an explosion of liquid hitting the screen and washes away to reveal video of HUNG & Delilah strutting towards the screen along a beach. We then see various shots of them having fun, doing various activities. Surfing, jet skiing. Volleyball etc… The sun shines brightly, Hung is dressed in a multi-colour print shirt while Delilah is wearing a t-shirt tied at the waist and hot pants.

Phillips: “Ladies and Gentlemen, hailing from California… They weigh in tonight at a combined weight of Three hundred and five lbs. They bring with them the Rum and the Tumble… They are the PINA COLADAS!!”

Two spotlights shine down onto the stage now, one pink and one yellow, standing in a beam each is HUNG who is staring at his camera lens talking and Delilah who waves to the crowd. The arena lights come up next fully as the fans cheer for the two young talents. The pair walk towards each other and high five before heading down towards the ring, HUNG making sure to take Selfies with the fans and Delilah along the way since he can’t help himself. The pair quickly slide into the ring together and make their way to different corners. HUNG pointing the camera outwards to get a better view of the crowd while Delilah grins and waves. The two then jump down and head to their corner, HUNG laying the camera down and the pair begin to discuss their strategy for the up and coming match.

Sharper: “Tell me a little bit about the Pina Coladas. I know they’ve been trained the best, but what has made them such a success.”

Allocco: “Despite their inexperience, both Delilah and HUNG have a mind for this sport. They’re prodigies and they have the potential to blow up in this business.”

Knots: “You mentioned their youthful energy, but don’t think you think they might be coming into this match a little arrogant. They already defeated Brando and Reyes once.”

Allocco: “They know what’s at stake. They know this time, Brando and Reyes are locked in on them.”

A black and white video vignette begins rolling on the screens, showing Lyza Reyes dressed as Charlie Chaplin on the moon. There is no dialogue, but simply piano music playing with the pace of the footage. She’s caught in the middle of a tug of war match between a U.S. Spaceman, and a small group of miniature aliens. Before determining which side pulls Lyza once and for all, the feed goes dead. Television static comes through, which leads to a shot of Devin Brando, standing in the center of war born chaos. Half of his face is painted with his former persona’s essence. He glides his hand down his face before he starts down the centerline. The venue goes black.

“There’s no right, there’s no wrong, there’s only popular opinion.”

All while these videos play, the introduction of “Clockwork” by Hyper comes and goes. When the beat drops, Lyza Reyes and Devin Brando make their way out from behind the curtain. Devin gives the world a solemn look while Lyza moves around him, taking in the energy of their environment. When she clears out of his way, the Last King starts his way down the ramp. Lyza takes the time to slap some of the hands of the fans. Brando doesn’t seem invested in the action. When they make their way to the end of the ramp, Devin looks to both sides of himself. Lyza stops in front of him and turns to face him. Brando’s eyes fall on her and she gives him a pat on the shoulder before backing away.

Phillips: “And their opponents, weighing at a combined weight of 375 pounds, the team of Devin Brando and Lyza Reyes!”

With a nice turn of the heel, Reyes hit the ring steps while Devin opts to slide underneath the bottom rope. While the man rises, Lyza leaps over the top rope and scales the nearest turnbuckle. She points to some of the “Lyzanities.” When she gets off the turnbuckle, she turns to face the hard camera. Devin stands in their corner, seated against the second turnbuckle. She comes over and levels herself onto the top turnbuckle, finalizing their tandem as they await the beginning bell.

Allocco: “If this is the first time you’ve seen Lyza Reyes and Devin Brando, let me tell you. It is a travesty that SCW hasn’t approached these two for contracts. They’re legitimate. They’re talented. They’re experienced. They’re polished.”

Sharper: “Their only lost in the tournament is against their opponents tonight, is that correct?”

Allocco: “4-1 in the regular tournament. They see this rematch in the finals as their chance to redeem themselves. They understood their mistake for taking Pina Coladas lightly in the first round, but as I mentioned, they aren’t going to look past Delilah and HUNG this time.”

Knots: “Any predictions?”

Allocco: “I don’t have a clear favorite. Typically, I align with experience giving the ultimately advantage, but Deliah and HUNG are too good to discount, inexperience or not.”

The bell rings, HUNG comes out from the corner, walking with swagger. Devin Brando starts the match. They meet to the center of the ring. HUNG starts jawing. Devin throws his arm, blowing HUNG’s talk. HUNG catches Brando with a hard slap to the jaw. HUNG then brings his hand back across the face. Devin stares at him. Brando boots HUNG in the midsection, again and again. He delivers a hard right to HUNG’s, rocking him. HUNG comes flying back against the rope, he rebounds through and catches Devin with a running elbow. Devin is knocked backwards. HUNG with a dropsault, landing on his feet, the force of the attack sends Devin into the corner. HUNG comes running in with a clothesline, the momentum brings him over the top rope and HUNG lands on the apron. HUNG backpedals and comes forward, superkick to the side of Devin’s head. Devin is left staggering into the center of the ring.

Sharper: “Devin Brando is left in a daze after that early volley from HUNG.”

Allocco: “One of the most gifted youngsters I’ve seen. Pure athleticism from HUNG.”

Knots: “HUNG might have made Devin Brando angry. He has the size advantage. He’s a powerhouse compared to the other three.”

HUNG grabs a hold of the top rope, springboards in, attempting to go for a headscissors takedown but Devin catches him, sits right down with a powerbomb. HUNG however immediately rolls backwards onto his feet. He doesn’t rest a second, he strikes with a front dropkick to the face of Devin. HUNG nips up, tags in Delilah. Devin is up onto one knee, holding his face. HUNG and Delilah catches him with stereo superkicks. Lyza Reyes rushes into the ring and she too receives stereo superkicks. Pina Coladas turn to each other, HUNG kneels down for Delilah to get onto his shoulders. He holds onto her legs as she leans backwards, and then she swings forward with the assist for a splash onto Devin Brando.

Sharper: “Pina Coladas wiping the floor with Devin Brando and Lyza Reyes. Cleaned house. Double team on Brando. Pin!”

Sharper: “Brando explodes out of that pin.”

Knots: “The chemistry is on display here for the Pina Coladas. They’re functioning as unit.”

Allocco: “Sometimes it takes years to get that level of teamwork, but not with them. It comes natural.”

Delilah stands, she stomps down onto Brando. He starts to stir, battles to a knee. She takes a hold of his head with a front facelock. Brando overpowers her, forcing her back against the neutral corner. Delilah rain downs elbows onto his upper back. Brando endures the strikes, begins to throw shoulders into Delilah’s midsection. Brando backs up, comes running in but Delilah hops out of the way. He turns, monkey flips lands Brando into a seated position. She runs by him and rebounds off the ropes, running knee strike to Brando’s face. She bounces right up and walks over to HUNG to tag him in. Brando doesn’t stay down, he begins to climb. HUNG steps in front, he holds his arms together, gives Delilah the assist to fly over his shoulders and connects Brando with a dropkick. HUNG steps out onto the apron while Delilah stands at the upper body of Brando. Simultaneously, HUNG flips over the rope for a senton while Delilah crashes down across the throat with an elbow.

Sharper: “Another double team, another pin!”

Sharper: “And again, only two. Brando this time showing his ring awareness, grabbing the bottom rope.”

Allocco: “Who would have expected that the Pina Coladas would separate Devin Brando. Typically, you try to isolate the smaller wrestler.”

Knots: “But by doing so, they’re neutralizing the one clear advantage Reyes and Brando, the Thieves of Joy, that’s Brando’s sheer strength.”

Devin begins to crawl towards his corner but HUNG leaps up and double stomp him, both boots imprinted on the lower back of Devin. Devin pushes up, now on his hands and knees. HUNG boots him hard in the side. Devin stands up as HUNG by him into the ropes. On the return, Devin is able to turn around and takes him down with a big boot. Delilah rushes into the ring, and he catches her with a spine buster. She rolls immediately out of the ring after impacting the canvas hard. Devin uses this opening to reach his corner and tag in Lyza Reyes. HUNG is getting up but Lyza runs to him and sends him hard against the canvas with a double axe handle. She then backs up, comes running, she leaps off HUNG’s lower back as he is on his hands and knees, into a front flip suicide dive that takes out Delilah on the outside! The crowd explodes at the stunt.

Allocco: “And that’s why Lyza Reyes has a cult following in professional wrestling.”

Knots: “The airtime she had on that dive to the outside!”

Sharper: “The match had been all Pina Coladas, but now the tables have turned, Lyza Reyes and Devin Brando are taking control of this match.”

Lyza Reyes slides back into the ring as HUNG is climbing to his feet. She runs forward, headscissors sends him flying into her corner, face first. She reaches over HUNG to tag in Devin. Devin reaches down and forces HUNG up onto his feet with a full nelson. Lyza goes the short distance into the ropes, rebounds with a running elbow strike, the impact feeds into Devin’s full nelson slam. HUNG rolls away into the center of the ring. Devin Brando kneels, Reyes grabs his arms and stands on him. He straightens up, Pura Vida off the shoulders of Brando onto HUNG. Devin follows up with an elbow across the chest, hooks the leg:

Sharper: “Pura Vida in the most unusual way! Devin Brando searches for the win with this pin!”

Sharper: “HUNG gets his shoulder up before three!”

Allocco: “Early fireworks, Reyes and Brando looked to end this match early.”

Knots: “This isn’t a marathon, this is wrestling match. Get in, get out, stop fing about.”

Devin shoves HUNG over, underhooks the arms, begins to drill knees into the top of his head. He switches over, pivoting on HUNG and locking in the crossface. HUNG begins to feel pain, yells. Delilah comes in with a stiff kick to Devin’s face. Lyza comes running into the ring, Delilah ducks underneath her clothesline attempt. Pele kick connects and Lyza falls out of the ring. Devin Brando rushes to his feet, lunges towards Delilah but Delilah hops up onto his shoulder. Posionrana plans Brando’s head into the mat. Delilah goes to keep attacking but the referee cuts her off, orders her back to her corner. Both HUNG and Brando are down in the middle of the ring.

Sharper: “Might have bent the rules there a bit but Delilah entered the ring, might have done enough to give HUNG an opportunity to tag out.”

Allocco: “Don’t let your partner get isolated. Tag Team 101.”

Knots: “You have to wonder how much wisdom Regan Street has given Delilah. She has a good head on her shoulders, that’s for sure.”
They crawl to their corners, but Lyza hasn’t returned to hers yet. HUNG gets the pin in and Delilah comes charging forward. She cannonball dived into the corner, crashing down onto Devin who hits the corner hard and awkwardly. Devin uses the ropes though to help himself up. Delilah doesn’t lighten up, she comes in from the backside with a high running knee. Devin stumbles backwards, right into a Russian legsweep. She pops right back up and begins to stalk Devin.

Sharper: “Delilah is looking to finish this!”

Allocco: “Butterfly Kisses! One of the most impactful finishers I have ever seen!”

Knots: “This is over- NO!”

Delilah runs forward, goes for the Yakuza kick but Devin lowers his shoulder, capturing the leg. He then throws Deliah over with a suplex, driving her brutally into the canvas. HUNG enters the ring, runs right into the Midnight Murder Scene, featuring Devin dropping HUNG’s face first into Delilah’s face, both Pina Coladas heads collide. HUNG holds his nose as he rolls out of the ring and drops to the floor.

Allocco: “Devin Brando, pinpoint accuracy and creative genius, used HUNG as a lethal weapon!”

Sharper: “He has Delilah in the center of the ring! Pin!”

2…

Sharper: “Delilah kicks out! This match continues.”

Knots: “Both teams are pulling out all the stops to be named the 2020 World’s Best, and I have to say, I’m impressed. Give both these teams a contract!”

Devin tags in Lyza Reyes. They surround Delilah, who is now isolated as HUNG looks to be out of commission on the outside. Devin hoists Delilah up onto his shoulder, death valley driver, drives Delilah into the knees of Lyza Reyes, positioned on her back against the canvas.

Sharper: “Another brutal double team move. This time Reyes tries Delilah for the pin!”

2….

Sharper: “Again! Delilah shows off her toughness, kicking out before three.”

Allocco: “Pina Coladas are now in trouble. Who knows the status of HUNG?”

Knots: “I think he’s bleeding. Yes, he’s cut. He must have suffered that off of Delilah’s head.”

Lyza mounts Delilah, brings down a series of punches until the referee grabs the fist, warns her about the closed fist. She stands up, walks to her corner and tags in Devin Brando. Devin Brando deadlifts Delilah up onto his shoulder, torture rack applied. Lyza Reyes climb up onto the top rope, missile toe dropkick to the face of Delilah. Brando falls backwards to slam Delilah into the canvas.

Sharper: “Third time the charm? Brando covers!”

Sharper: “NO! Delilah once again kicks out!”

Allocco: “Reyes and Brando showing off their ingenuity, some brilliant and impactful double team maneuvers. They are not holding back one bit!”

Knots: “Delilah needs to recover but HUNG is still down on the outside.”

Brando tags in Lyza. They both stalk Delilah again. Delilah staggers to her feet in a daze. Lyza goes for the head scissors takedown to initiate the Ultra Combo but Delilah shreds her off her shoulder, tossing her right into the oncoming big boot from Devin Brando. Devin Brando halts for a second to look at the damage he had done to his teammate. Brando turns and charges forward towards Delilah, who dodges the point blank. Brando almost launches himself through the middle ropes but holds on. Delilah, however, comes swirling around with the tiger feint kick to the face of Brando. Delilah falls against the ropes as Devin Brando staggers backwards. Delilah comes running forward, Splitter hits Brando. He drops.

Sharper: “Delilah covers Brando, but he’s not the legal participant. Referee is waving off the pin attempt.”

Allocco: “She hit Brando hard. He’s hurt.”

Knots: “Delilah singlehandedly battling back into this match. Both Reyes and Brando are down.”

Lyza’s up on her feet. Delilah is leaning on the ropes. Lyza runs forward, but Delilah dumps her over the top rope. Lyza lands on the apron. Delilah runs to the far side of the ring and back, Butterfly Kisses launches Lyza off the apron and out all the way to the guard rail! The crowd explodes!

Allocco & Knots: “Holy shit!”

Sharper: “Lyza might not be able to compete after that kick.”

Allocco: “No mercy. No quarters. These two teams are doing everything in their power to win this tournament, to bring home that trophy, to cement their place in the history books.”

Devin Brando is still in the ring, he’s down to one knee, shaking off that strike. Delilah turns and there’s the Point Blank, Brando takes Delilah out through the ropes to the outside with the spear. The action of the match has spilled to outside where the referee begins to do a slow count.
Sharper: “Everyone’s down and out on the outside!”

Knots: “Did you see that collision?!”

Allocco: “This match can’t end in a double count out! I won’t allow it!”

[1] HUNG crawls over to Delilah who is sprawled out on the padding. [2] Brando crawls over to Lyza who is huddled against the bottom of the guard rail. [3] Brando sits Lyza up against the guard rail, they’re both communicating. HUNG meanwhile lifts Delilah head up, speaking to her while blood is dripping from his forehead. [4] Both men try to help up the women, but they’re dead weight. [5] Lyza falls against the guard rail, holding her head. Delilah falls forward onto the ring steps. [6] Both men are standing, they were about to help their partners but they notice one another. They meet midway, begin to exchange fists. [7] Devin Brando goes to whip HUNG towards the guard way, away from Delilah but counters, spears Devin on the outside with the HUNGting Season!

Sharper: “HUNGting Season on the outside! But that might have ate too much time to get Delilah into the ring.”

Allocco: “Come on, someone get into the ring!”

Knots: “No, both Delilah and Lyza, despite having their feet under them, they’re still trying to recover. They’re not going to make it!”

10!

The referee goes to call for the bell but Allocco yells at the referee to stop.

Sharper: “Adam Allocco is ordering this match to be continued despite the double count out!”

Knots: “He said there must be a winner! I’m not sure if they referee understands that they can’t be draw. Only one team should have their name on that trophy. This tournament can’t end like this!”

The referee is arguing with Allocco but finally gives in. He stops the count as Adam Allocco return to the announcer’s table.

Allocco: “Idiot! What an idiot! He didn’t want to listen to me. I’m running the show right now, buddy! I am!”

Sharper: “I take it that this match continues?”

Allocco: “Damn right it continues!”

Knots: “I didn’t expect to see this kind of controversy!”

Delilah and Lyza falls forward, finally entering the ring at the same time. Both hurry to their feet. They stare each other down. Lyza comes running forward, high knee connects with Delilah. Delilah immediately responds with a superkick to Lyza. Both drop to their knees.

Sharper: “Both women exchange impactful strikes, but they are not down and out. They’re still battling.”

Knots: “There is a lot of pride on the line right now, I can sense it. Neither side wanting to give the other an inch.”

Sharper: “They know this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Winner of this match becomes the inaugural World’s Best!”

Delilah launches forward, but Lyza Reyes spins out behind her, Quantum Connection! She rolls over on top of Delilah into the center of the ring.

Sharper: “Quantum Connection! This could be it!”

Allocco: “Nope! Delilah gets the shoulder up!”

Lyza Reyes crawls slowly to the corner, lifting herself up onto the top rope. She turns. She waits as Delilah slowly finds her feet. She goes for the Dreambodycatch but Delilah intercepts her with a superkick in midflight. Lyza lands with a sick thud onto the canvas.

Allocco: “Lyza’s finish. There’s no way she can kick out! First the Butterfly Kisses, now that superkick!”

Sharper: “Delilah is crawling over. This is it! This is it!”

Knots: “NO! Devin Brando tackles Delilah off of Lyza.”

Sharper: “Devin Brando saved the day. This finals match continues. Both teams laying it all on the line!”

Lyza isn’t moving on the canvas. Delilah is stirring. Devin Brando starts to drag Lyza despite the referee’s annoyance to his corner. HUNG is reaching out trying to tag in Delilah who started to crawl. Brando tags himself in just as HUNG is tag. Both men fly across the ring, taking each other out with a clothesline. They scramble, seeming to have a second wind to both of them. HUNG catches Brando’s miss on a cross, hooks the arms, snap dragon suplex in the center of the ring. HUNG pops up, despite bleeding, he waves Devin Brando up to his feet. Savate kick sends Devin Brando back to the canvas.

Sharper: “HUNG takes Brando down!”

Knots: “He hooking the leg!”

Sharper: “No! Devin Brando kicks out right before three!”

Knots: “HUNG is trying to figure out what he needs to do.”

Allocco: “He needs to bring out the big guns!”

Sharper: “I would say that need to start looking at their double team moves, but Delilah is just hanging on the middle rope.”

Allocco: “Right now, it’s all up to HUNG!”

Brando battles to his feet. HUNG flies forward with a forearm smash to knock him back into the corner. HUNG with a dropsault, lands onto his feet and then runs in with a high knee. Devin doesn’t drop lower into the turnbuckle, absorbs the punishment. HUNG lifts Devin’s right leg, hooks it over the top rope, he lifts Devin up on the left leg. HE throws a few punches before climbing up to the top rope with Devin, helping Devin into a standing position. He yells out, looking for the modified From Puerto Rico, With Love! Brando grabs HUNG by the throat, he leaps off with a chokebomb from the top rope!

Sharper: “Oh my! HUNG going for the kill, Devin countered! What destruction!”

Knots: “Devin managed to turn the tables, but he isn’t all there!”

Allocco: “He could probably score the pin fall if he hurries, but he’s showing that he’s running on fumes. What are you doing, Devin?!”

Sharper: “Finally, he locates HUNG, arms across the chest!”

Sharper: “HUNG shoots his shoulder up before three! Talk about the resilience of these four individuals.”
There a few moments when both men remain down. The referee looks as if he wants to proceed with counting them out but he looks over at Allocco. No draws. Devin is the first to reach his corner, tagging in Lyza. Both gather themselves in the corner. HUNG seems to be in a daze, he comes up onto his feet, he throws a wild punch at no one, spins around right into the Midnight Murder Scene! Immediately, Lyza pulls HUNG back into the End the Fed!

Sharper: “Murder, They Wrote!”

Knots: “This must be it! HUNG put up a courageous fight, but he’s trapped now.”

Allocco: “Look at Lyza, she’s pouring everything she has!”

Sharper: “Is HUNG going to tap?!”

Knots: “Wait!”

Sharper: “That’s Delilah! THE VIRTURE ONTO LYZA REYES!”

Allocco: “Lyza Reyes might have been murdered!”

Sharper: “Devin has his back turned as he recovers in his corner. He thinks Lyza has this in the bag! Delilah shifting bodies, dropping HUNG’s arm across Lyza. Pina Coladas are going to sneak away with this one!”

Sharper: “No! Devin Brando is there at the last second to break up the pin attempt. So close!”

Allocco: “Yet so far away!”

Referee orders Devin and Delilah back to their corners. They reluctantly do so. They start stomping, rallying the two legal participants to make the crawl to their respective corners. They start to do so, slowly but surely, they get to the corner. Once close enough, both HUNG and Lyza dives. They make the tag, they rush in. Delilah goes for the Butterfly Kisses right out the gate but Devin spins out the way, sweeping her plant leg. She rolls forward, basically leaping back up. Devin Brando pulls her from behind for the Ya Omote but Delilah kicks her feet over, flipping to the backside of Brando, has his head in a inverted facelock. Reverse DDT spikes the back of Brando head into the canvas. Delilah fights to her feet, stomps over to the corner, she tosses herself up.

Sharper: “The Virtue again! No- Devin rolls out of the way!”

Knots: “Deliah lands hard on her feet, looks to buckled her knee.

Sharper: “She has the withdrawal to use the momentum to land into her corner. She tags HUNG in, and both signal over to Devin Brando!”

Hung and Delilah yanks Devin Brando to his feet. While HUNG whips Devin, Delilah gets into position for the Bar-Ca-Di Party! Brando steam rolls HUNG with a shoulder block. Delilah comes forward, Midnight Murder Scene! Brando drops to a knee, stares down HUNG who is searching for his feet. Devin approaches him after Lyza makes the blind tag. Brando grabs him from behind, lifting him up onto his shoulder for the Kinnuku Buster! Lyza comes off the top rope with a double foot stomp!

Sharper: “NAIL OF HELENA!”

Allocco: “Game over! Game over!”

Sharper: “Devin Brando and Lyza Reyes did it! They’re the 2020 World’s Best!”

Knots: “They went the distance. Pina Coladas, if that’s them in their nascent stage of their career, I can’t wait to see what they develop into!”

Phillips: “The winner of the match, by pin fall, the team of Devin Brando and Lyza Reyes!”

Lyza and Devin Brando remain down on one knee. HUNG is laid flat out on his back, staring at the ceiling through his crimson mask. Delilah crawls over to him. Adam Allocco marches up the ramp to snag the trophy and carries it down to the ring. Lyza and Devin Brando embrace each other while the Pina Coladas does the same on the other side.

Sharper: “Pina Coladas were so close to perfection in this tournament, but Lyza Reyes and Devin Brando found a way to win.”

Knots: “They said they were going to rectify their first-round loss and I guess they did that. Pina Coladas might feel robbed here, having gone the gauntlet undefeated.”

Adam Allocco is now in the middle of the ring with a microphone.

Adam Allocco: “I want to congratulate both teams tonight for the hell of a match you put on. Both teams should be proud of their effort and I’m sure the fans will remember this classic for some time. But without further adieu, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, the 2020 World’s Best Tournament Champions, Lyza Reyes and Devin Brando!”

Allocco holds out of the trophy, and Brando and Reyes accept the trophy. The Pina Coladas make their way up the ramp as “Clockwork” by Hyper plays. Brando and Reyes raise the trophy cup together.

Walking back and forth in a locker room backstage, Ali Damron is nervous. Ridley Ellis is with her and does not look nervous about Dylan or anything for that matter as he snarls sitting on the end of a bench, ready to go to the ring and annihilate Dylan. Neither does Lester, who is reading a paper when he finally looks up and inquires as to why Ali seems so out of sorts.

Lester: “Why are you so antsy, little one? We have already discussed how things should go tonight with Ridley. Just make sure that he follows the script and everything else will fall into place, alright?”

Looking back at Lester frustrated, Ali looks as though she is pretty close to biting his head off as she speaks to him rather hostilely.

Ali: “You know that I don’t have a problem with the plan!”

His eyebrow over his left eye arches, and Lester shoots a stare back at Ali, as it quickly becomes apparent that Lester is not used to having people test his authority by yelling at him.

Lester: “Then tell me little one, what is the problem that you are havin’, and please try to remember who it is that you are talkin’ to.”

This appears to have an immediate calming effect on Ali, who also takes a step back when she is addressing Lester this time.

Ali: “I am sorry for raising my voice. I just do not like the fact that we are not really focusing anything on Ridley’s opponent tonight, and instead we are acting like Dylan Howell is just another person.”

Lester thinks for a few moments, without saying anything to Ali, making her wait before responding.

Lester: “That is because Dylan Howell is just another person, unless you think that he could cause a problem with the plan tonight?”

Ali: “You know me better than that, and I am definitely not afraid of anything that Dylan brings to the table. Ridley can certainly handle anything that Dylan will try to throw at him. No, I that not even concerned about Dylan.”

Snarling and growling on the bench is all that Ridley has to do in response and Lester knows how much of a threat that he considers tonight’s match up to be.

Lester: “Alright, then what seems to be your issue with tonight then?”

Ali: “Assuming that everything goes according to plan tonight, and I have no reason to think that it will, what do we do about his sister in the aftermath? She will not be happy, and I don’t think that she is one person that we want to cross yet. Regan Street could cause a lot of problems for us, problems that we do not need yet at this point.”

Some more waiting before Lester looks to Ali with a smirk before he gets up and puts arm around Ali.

Lester: “Don’t borrow trouble Ali, alright? Ms. Street or Mrs. Helms whichever name that she prefers to go by barely even acknowledges Mr. Howell and who can blame her for that? What an embarrassment. She might not even be aware that he is wrestlin’ on the card tonight and if she is, she might thank us as long as things go according to plan.”

Looking up at Lester, Ali lets his words sink in for several moments until she finally nods.

Ali: “Right, she will not even care what happens to him. Time to go out in the arena and prove a point to everyone. Come Ridley.”

Ridley stands and snarls again, before joining Ali, the two of them walking out together, on their way to the ring. Lester is the last one out of the room, shutting off the lights, and before he walks out to follow Ali and Ridley, he comments to anyone that might be listening…

Lester: “It’s time to plant the seeds.”

Glory Braddock can be seen backstage, walking through the area as we then see her stopped as Dean Black walks over to her. She smirks.

Glory: “Oh, Dean…What do I owe this pleasure?”

Dean: “More just checking on people.”

Glory: “Oh, I’m that special.”

Dean: “When you keep the company you keep and you’ve made some comments about getting involved in a match that you’re not an entrant.”

Glory: “What? Regan?”

Glory scoffs

Glory: “I may be thinking of something. I may not be.”

Dean: “Well just so you know, we’re going to have more officials out there. We’d like the winner of the match to earn it. And yes, before your friend, Sienna, says otherwise, that includes her.”

Glory: “Oh she’ll get a fair shot. Great.”

Glory smirks.

Glory: “Then Regan has nothing to worry about.”

Dean: “Guess not.”

Glory walks off as we then see Lexy Chapel walking past Dean on her cell phone.

Lexy: “Hurry up! You need to get here! There’s not much time left!”

Dean’s eyebrow raises.

Dean: “Oh no…”

Lexy continues to head off as Dean sighs and follows after her.

Dylan Howell vs. Ridley Ellis

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall and the winner will go onto to be in the Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal later tonight.”

“Fake It” by Seether assaults the ears of the listeners, as the crowd in the arena already start to boo before anybody comes out from behind the curtain.

Phillips: “Introducing first, led to the ring by his manager Lester Damron, and accompanied by his valet Ali Damron, from San Dimas, California and weighing 218 pounds. Riley Ellis!”

“Fake It” continues playing and Ridley's Manager Lester Damron comes out first followed by Ridley and his valet/girlfriend Ali Damron. They come down the aisle toward the ring together, ignoring the hostile, booing crowd who already don't like them. Only Lester has a smirk on his face, while they do.

Sharper: “And here he is ladies and gentlemen, Ridley Ellis along with his manager Lester Damron and his valet Ali Damron. I wonder if we will be graced by having Lester at the broadcast position with you and I just like he was on Wednesday night.”

Knots: “If you want to know the truth, I think Lester should go ahead and remain at ringside tonight, and Ali can come over here and sit with us. I would much prefer Ali over here than Lester honestly.”

Sharper: “You might want to rethink that Jon. Ali herself is not exactly inviting and Ridley is an absolute monster, someone that nobody wants to mess with.”

Knots: “I am not messing with him either. Just wanted to give our fans someone else to listen to, a little bit different from Breakdown.”

Arriving at the ring, Ridley walks up the steps and gets inside, while Ali goes to his corner outside, giving him instruction before the bell and Lester goes over to join the announce team for this match, sitting down next to Adam Sharper and putting on a headset.

Sharper: “Joining us once again at the broadcast position is Ridley Ellis’s manager Lester Damron. Welcome, Lester.”

Damron: “Thank you, Mr. Sharper. Should be good time for everyone here tonight, I do believe.”

Knots: “Funny thought you should mention that. Do you think that there is a chance that we might get Ali over here to offer her thoughts on commentary sometime?”

Damron: “Nice try Jonathan, but not happening, no dice.”

Ellis is in the ring, transfixed on the curtain waiting for his opponent to show up from backstage while Ali is talking to him from outside in his corner when “Fake It” ends and the crowd starts to cheer as “Adrenaline” starts to begin.

Phillips: “His opponent, led to the ring by his manager Sam Alexis, from Malibu Beach, California and weighing 226 pounds, Dylan Howell!

There is a huge roar the crowd as first Sam appears from the back followed by Dylan who is yes wearing a…

Sharper: “Dear God ladies and gentlemen one of things that I thought I would never have to say again, comes Dylan Howell, and he is wearing his mankini…”

Damron: “I’m new around these parts, but I am going to venture to guess that Mr. Howell is not well, correct?”

Knots: “No, no he is not, he was able to change between the interview and now and Sharper I am going to venture to say that is also something that you never wanted to say again?”

Sharper: “Right you are, Jon.”

Sam walks down to ring just shaking her head, while Dylan goes to a fan who has a sign that reads “Dylan + Addy Forever” posing next to it with a huge smile, before moving on toward the ring. Finally arriving at the ring Dylan stomps up the steps and slides into the with Sam electing to stay outside of the ring when she and Dylan look inside the ring and see Ridley who just snarls at them. Dylan does not have much to hide a weapon and the referee really doesn’t not want to check him for weapons either, but he must, just doing his job. While this is going Ridley all of the sudden explodes, connecting with a massive big boot to the face that drops Dylan to the mat and causes the referee to immediately call for the bell to begin the match while the crowd becomes unglued booing so loud.

DING! DING! DING!

With Sam looking on very concerned already, Ellis picks Howell up off of the canvas and throws him over one shoulder with ease, carrying him to a neutral corner and slamming him hard upside down it to a tree-of-woe, before ramming him repeatedly with elbows while he is still upside down.

Sharper: “Jumping Dylan Howell before the bell notwithstanding, I have to say that everything that Ridley Ellis does to an opponent it that ring looks like he is trying to injure other people Lester.”

Damron: “Of course he is tryin’ to injure this moron. He comes out here like this is some kind of a joke. I would be pissed and try to injure him to.”

Knots: “Say what you want about Dylan. His dress is questionable to be certain as well as his sanity, but Dylan is one of the best technical wrestlers I have ever seen, and hopefully you will get to see that before this match is over.”

The referee keeps trying to get Ellis to back away so that he can get Howell untangled in the ropes, but every time that the referee moves in, Ellis is right back on Howell, hitting him with more elbows. Having no other alternative the referee begins a five count.

After having Ali tell him to back off, Ellis does so that the referee can assist Howell in getting untangled while the crowd continues to boo loud and proud. After a few moments Howell lands on the mat with a thud. Ellis is full speed ahead as soon as Howell is down however, picking him back up hitting a terrifying belly-to-belly overhead throw before starting to stomp Howell’s body from head to toe.

Sharper: “This has been another instance where it is all Riley Ellis and Dylan Howell looks like he has been through a war already.”

Damron: “It’s beginnin’ to feel like Riley could end this thing any time that he wants to, but that really is not the plan tonight. There is somethin’ else I have in mind.”

Knots: “That sounds rather ominous, don’t you think? Tell us, just what does the might Lester Damron have in mind for tonight’s plan?”

Damron: “Just watch.”

Ellis finally drops down and goes for the cover.

Kickout by Dylan Howell!

The crowd cheers wildly for Howell as he is able to barely escape as the match continues. This only enrages Ellis more however, as he stomps Howell right in the head before looking outside the ring to Ali who just nods. Ellis picks Howell up again, but the crowd cheers as Howell, gets a thumb to the eye, followed by a clothesline. Ellis is right back up immediately but Howell fights back with a second clothesline. Ellis is a little slower up and Howell gets a waist lock on him from behind and hits a german suplex. Still hanging on Howell hits a second and then a third german suplex as the crowd is beside themselves.

Sharper: “Guilty Pleasures and Dylan is bridging for the pin!”

Damron: “It won’t make a difference.”

Knots: “I told you he was one of the best technical wrestlers in the world!”

Kickout by Ridley Ellis!

Ellis is again and looks even more enraged swinging wildly with a clothesline but missing as Howell goes underneath the clothesline and roll him up in a near side cradle..

Sharper: “Dylan Howell did it!”

Damron: “Your point?”

Knots: “That crazy sonofabitch just beat your boy, that is his point!”

Phillips: “The winner of this match and now qualified to compete in the Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal, Dylan Howell!!”

Howell is celebrating in the ring and not really paying attention when Ellis attacks him with a lariat to the back of the head that turns Howell inside out. Ellis is not done either, rolling Howell out of the ring with crazed look in his eyes, as the crowd boos lustily again.

Sharper: “Come on, he already attacked Dylan before the match, this is ridiculous.”

Damron: “Before the match was foreplay, now? Now it’s time to plant the seeds…”

Knots: “What the hell does that mean?!”

Damron: “Just watch.”

First he rolls up the security mat on the outside exposing the concrete underneath before Ellis looks over at Ali who smirks across at him and nods, after which to the horror of everyone watching, Ellis picks up Howell hits a jumping piledriver on the concrete as suddenly you can hear a pin drop in the arena.

Sharper: “Ridley is gone for thirty days damn it, thirty days!”

Damron: “And his opponent gone for potentially a lot more.”

Knots: “You are a psycho! Dylan could be seriously injured!”

Damron: “Yes he could. Gentlemen, always a good time as usual. But I need to go. Give my regards to Mr. Howell please.”

Lester takes off his headset and leaves the ringside area with Ali and Ridley, going right past the paramedics who are rushing to ringside for Dylan Howell. Sam Alexis is looking on in tears along with several fans in the stands that are in tears also, watching Dylan being strapped down to the gurney.

Sharper: “There really is not much to say about this. Dylan won the freaking match, and now this? It doesn’t seem right.”

Knots: “It’s not right, Adam. Dylan used to tell people about the friendship that he and I have and I can tell you now that is absolutely true. Dylan and I are friends, and..and..this is hard.”

Sharper: “I know it is.”

Dylan is strapped down now and paramedics at taking him away from ringside with Sam Alexis going right with them

We return to a live shot inside the Prudential Center.

Sharper: “Welcome back to ringside. You just saw the history between Blackbourne and Lancaster.”

Knots: “But first, we know Dylan is okay. Jesus…just…”

Sharper: “And we should add that Ridley Ellis was part of the field in the battle royal. He obviously now has a suspension and will not be in the match. But that’s the least of our worries. We just hope Dylan Howell will be in good shape.”

Knots: “And we know Mikaela Street has gone with him. Regan has to focus on tonight and the battle royal. Somehow.”

Aaron Blackbourne vs. Bree Lancaster

SCW World Championship

All of a sudden, the lights go out, prompting a surprised pop from the fans. After a few moments, the Tron suddenly comes to life as seven pixel art hearts of different colors pop into existence with the kind of sound effects that immediately bring to mind the popular video game Undertale. Slowly, the hearts converge into one another until the Tron emits a blinding white lights, and when it fades all that remains is a pixel art heart with a white border that slowly alternates between all seven colors that combined to make it. At this, "Hopes and Dreams / Save the World" by GaMetal begins to play, causing spotlights in each of the seven SOUL colors to alternate across the stage, revealing that a thick fog has engulfed it. The fans are buzzing in anticipation as the guitars kick in and the spotlights begin alternating across the stage faster, the Tron shifting to a scene that looks like it was straight out of Undertale that depicts Aaron Blackbourne and Bree Lancaster face-to-face with Bree repeating some of the lines she's said to Aaron up to this point before transitioning into the battle screen where Bree repeats her lines as the two trade attacks just like in the game.

On the stage, a figure can be seen slowly rising up from under the stage through the smoke, one spotlight that alternates between the different colors permanently shining down upon him as the others continue to flicker in tune with the song. All we see of the figure is that he's wearing a hooded purple robe with white sleeves and a white hood that bears the Deltarune on the front on white. The figure's arms form an X across his chest, but as he rises to a stand he throws them out in the familiar outstretched pose with his palms to the heavens, causing bursts of pyro to erupt along the stage from where he stands. At this, the figure begins his march to the ring as the spotlights follow him, a close-up from one of the cameras catching the face of Aaron Blackbourne beneath the hood with a focus unlike anything we've ever seen from him before.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a sixty minute time limit and is for the SCW World Championship. First, from Seattle, Washington, the challenger, he is Aaron Blackbourne!”

As he reaches ringside, Blackbourne pauses for a moment, staring into the ring, before he slowly pulls himself onto the apron. In one fluid motion, he slingshots himself into a somersault over the top rope and lands on his feet before quickly moving to the center of the ring, where he drops to his knees and throws back the hood before pounding his chest and crossing his arms into the X again before throwing them out in his usual pose, shooting to his feet and yelling out "HOPES AND DREAMS WILL NEVER DIE!" as pyro erupts from the turnbuckle posts. The lights slowly return to normal at this point as Aaron undoes the buttons of the robe and removes it to set in his corner, revealing his true look for the night: his tights are a black color with the Deltarune on the front in white and the seven SOULs on the back arranged as they first appeared on the Tron. His knee pads are their normal black color, but his arm sleeves are black with each of the seven SOULs trailing along the length of them. His boots tonight are the same purple color as his robe with the kickpads designed to resemble a collage of himself and all of his allies and loved ones done in the Undertale pixel art style. Painted on his chest right where his heart rests is the pixel art heart in a gradient of colors made up of each of the normal SOUL colors, and painted on his back are the seven SOULs in the same pattern as on his tights. Also, we can see painted along his body are various signatures and small messages of support, all coming from his friends and loved ones in colors that match the SOULs. As the song slowly fades, Aaron does some light stretches and prepares himself in a manner that makes it very clear he's ready to go, the camera even closing in on his focused gaze that also reveals his eyes have colored contacts that make his sclera appear pure white.

Sharper: “Aaron Blackbourne coming out, representing the desire that dreams never die and wearing symbols from the game Undertale.”

Knots: “And we’ll see if it can motivate him to get over this hump, to crash through the glass ceiling.”

Sharper: “Can he finally walk out World Champion tonight?”

Knots: “And is Shilo Valiant watching.”

The lights dim as a voice backed by piano music fill the arena.

As the heavy music of Imagine Dragons kicks in the lights come back up and Bree Lancaster is standing on the stage, her arms spread wide, the World and United States Championship belts around her waist. Bree looks up as white sparks shower down behind her from the top of the set to the stage. Scott Burnside appears behind her. The crowd boos heavily.

Phillips: "Making her way to the ring, from New Orleans, Louisiana and being accompanied by Scott Burnside... the current SCW United States Champion and SCW World Champion, Bree Lancaster!"

The chorus continues as Bree and Scott make their way down the ramp, Bree holding her arms out all the way to the ring. She stops at the steps and Scott goes up ahead of her. Bree follows and Scott holds the ropes open for her to step through. He goes to the apron as Bree walks to the center of the ring, turning as she does. She then walks a circle in the ring showing off, before going to the corner. She hands the US Title belt off to Scott before turning and handing the World Title to Aaron Demitra as her music fades.

Sharper: “Bree Lancaster exuding arrogance tonight.”

Knots: “Yeah and I just hope this is her downfall.”

Sharper: “She is as confident as we’ve seen her. At Rise to Greatness, the world was buzzing over their match. What about tonight?”

Demitra holds the World Title over his head. He then hands it off to Jason Phillips as the World Championship logo comes across the screen and fades to the bottom corner. Lancaster and Blackbourne remain looking at one another as the crowd buzzes. The bell then sounds.

Sharper: “And here we go!”

Blackbourne and Lancaster step out and watch one another before locking up and going for a collar-and-elbow tie-up. Blackbourne quickly pushes Lancaster back to the corner. Lancaster tries to push back, but Blackbourne gets her back. The referee calls for the break. Lancaster snaps at Aaron to back off. Blackbourne calmly backs up. Lancaster then walks out and walks around. Blackbourne just watches her as Lancaster looks around. She then lunges and runs over toward Blackbourne and locks up again. Lancaster pushes back and Blackbourne does too, before ducking down and around and spinning through into a side headlock. He pulls back as Lancaster drags him back to the ropes and goes to fire him forward. Blackbourne bounces off and Lancaster turns and drops down. Blackbourne hops over and then turns drives his elbow into the back of Lancaster. Lancaster rolls over, holding her back. Blackbourne gets up. Lancaster looks up and runs at him and Blackbourne hits a hip toss. Lancaster gets up and she turns and Blackbourne lunges and Lancaster drops down and rolls to the floor. She walks around as the crowd roars.(1)

Sharper: “Blackbourne is ready!”

Knots: “Lancaster looking like she may have gotten a bit too confident. Taking a moment to reset this!”

Lancaster continues to walk around before going to the steel steps. (2) She steps up them as Blackbourne watches, remaining calm. She walks along the apron and re-enters the ring. She then steps forward and looks at Blackbourne. She looks around and then lunges at him. Blackbourne ducks a clothesline attempt. She stops and turns and Blackbourne hip tosses her again. She gets up and Blackbourne hits a high knee. Lancaster hits the mat. Blackbourne goes for the pin.

Lancaster kicks out. Both get up and Blackbourne knees her in the ribs. He whips her into the ropes. She bounces off and Blackbourne hits a simple back body drop. Lancaster hits the mat and rolls to the floor again. She smacks the apron. (1) She then looks around as the crowd chants for Aaron.

Sharper: “Blackbourne keeping it simple early on and he’s already in Bree’s head!”

Knots: “Blackbourne just staying calm. Almost stone-faced and that has to be pissing her off too!”

Bree snaps at the crowd. (2) Scott comes over and joins her briefly as she walks around the ring again. (3) She comes to the steel steps and walks up them. She tells Demitra to get Blackbourne back. She walks onto the apron. She slowly steps through. She then runs at Blackbourne and goes for the leg. Blackbourne blocks it though and grabs her and clubs her in the back. He then gutwrenches her up. Bree yells out and Blackbourne suplexes her down. She rolls over and gets up and Blackbourne ducks a clothesline and hooks her arm and goes for a backslide!

Bree kicks out. Both get up and Blackbourne scoops her up and slams her down. Bree rolls over and gets to the ropes. She turns around and Blackbourne runs at her. He slides under her arms, but grabs her feet and pulls her down. Blackbourne then gets up and flips forward into a jackknfe pin.

Bree kicks out. Both get up and Bree turns to Blackbourne who spins her into the corner.

Sharper: “Blackbourne turning up the tempo now with Bree flustered!”

Knots: “Keep it going!”

Blackbourne knees her in the ribs and whips her across the ring. Blackbourne runs after and Bree jumps up and goes to float over, but Blackbourne stops early. Bree lands in front of him. She openly shows frustration as Blackbourne grabs her and school boys her!

Bree kicks out. Both get up and Blackbourne scoops her up, but Bree spins through and lands behind him and then nails him in the back of the head with a forearm shot. The crowd boos. Bree runs into the ropes, bouncing off and Blackbourne turns only for Bree to hit a dropkick. The crowd boos more. Bree then gets up and drives an elbow to the back of Blackbourne’s head as he gets up.

Sharper: “Bree got the opening! Now just driving her body into Blackbourne.”

Knots: “Keeping him down. Limiting his options!”

Bree gets up and drives her elbow into him again. Aaron rolls over and starts to get up and turns and Bree forearms him in the jaw. Aaron falls back into the corner. Bree kicks him in the ribs. She forearms him again. The referee calls for the break as Bree kicks him again and then hits another forearm.

Bree steps back and then walks around the ring as Aaron steps up and grabs Bree and spins her into the corner. Aaron then knees her in the ribs and then again. Aaron then steps back and pulls her out and into him as he tilt-a-whirls her up, but Bree lands on her feet and then forearms him. The crowd ohs. Bree then runs at him and spears him back into the corner. She rears back and shouldering him again and again and again. The crowd boos. Bree smirks as she then lifts up Blackbourne leg to the middle rope and goes to kick it, but Aaron pushes off the middle rope and hits a knee lift to Bree’s jaw.

Sharper: “Blackbourne, never out, finding a way to get that knee up!”

Knots: “Bree was ready to start going to town on that knee!”

Lancaster turns back and Blackbourne runs over and jumps up and hits a leg lariat. He rolls through. Lancaster gets up and Blackbourne whips her into the ropes. Lancaster bounces off and Blackbourne hits a hip toss into a backbreaker. Lancaster grimaces in pain and Blackbourne goes for the pin.

Lancaster kicks out. Blackbourne rolls off. Lancaster stirs and starts to get up and Blackbourne hoists Lancaster up and throws her up and hits a double knee backbreaker. The crowd ohs again. Lancaster rolls over in pain. Blackbourne then turns and exits to the apron. He climbs up to the top rope. He steadies himself and jumps off. Lancaster rolls out of the way. Blackbourne lands on his feet and rolls through. He gets up and runs at Lancaster and Lancaster quickly hits a basement dropkick and Blackbourne flips forward into the corner. The crowd ohs. Lancaster rolls off and starts to get up. Blackbourne rolls towards his feet and Lancaster grabs him and pulls him back with a backslide slam into a pin.

Blackbourne kicks out.

Sharper: “Lancaster tried to knock him out, only got two!”

Knots: “She saw a moment and didn’t hesitate! She’s feeling it. Blackbourne is on tonight and she knew!”

Blackbourne rolls over and gets up and Lancaster kicks him in the ribs and forearms him in the jaw. She runs into the ropes, bounces off and Blackbourne scoops her up, but Lancaster spins around and then nails Blackbourne with the BOGO in the spine. Blackbourne falls to the ropes, bending over. Lancaster then runs over and jumps to the middle rope and twists in the air, hitting a sunset flip.

Blackbourne kicks out. Lancaster rolls back. Blackbourne starts to get up and Lancaster hits a superkick to the side of the head. Blackbourne falls to his knees. Lancaster walks over and grabs him and hits a DDT while he’s on his knees. Lancaster rolls him over and hooks the leg again.

Blackbourne gets his shoulder up again. Lancaster rolls off. Blackbourne rolls over and slowly gets up and Lancaster grabs him and wrenches the arm. She smirks and goes for a spinning back kick, but Blackbourne ducks. Lancaster steps forward. Blackbourne then grabs her in a bearhug from behind and hits an arm-trap German suplex into a bridge!

Lancaster just kicks out. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Lancaster tried to pick up the pace herself, but Blackbouirne caught her and we almost had a new champion!”

Knots: “I don’t know how she got out. He had both arms!”

Lancaster rolls over and slowly stirs. Blackbourne grabs her and hooks her up and hits a vertical suplex. He rolls over and moves to the ropes. He exits to the apron and climbs up to the top rope. Demitra tells him to get down as Blackbourne steadies, but Lancaster turns and shoves Demitra into the ropes. Blackbourne lands hard on the top turnbuckle. The crowd boos.

Sharper: “Come on. Using Demitra to counter Blackbourne.”

Knots: “Just don’t disqualify her!”

Sharper: “Bree may have been counting on that. I don’t know.”

Bree gets up and steps past Demitra and then just shoves Blackbourne off the top rope. Blackbourne spins off and lands on the apron and then down to the floor. The crowd boos. Bree smirks as Demitra steps forward to count. (1) Blackbourne remains down. (2) Lancaster looks around and takes a moment to catch her breath. (3) Blackbourne starts to stir and slowly starts to pull himself up. (4) As he does, Lancaster now steps to the apron. Blackbourne leans over to the apron and Lancaster hits a dropkick. Blackbourne falls back. (1) Lancaster rolls to the floor and grabs Blackbourne.(2) She drags him up and runs him over to the ringpost, driving him face first into it. Blackbourne falls to a knee. (3) Lancaster pulls Blackbourne and rolls him into the ring. Lancaster then pulls herself onto the apron and climbs up to the top rope. Blackbourne slowly stirs and tries to clear his head and turns as Lancaster dives off with a flying clothesline. She goes for the pin.

Blackbourne kicks out.

Sharper: “Blackbourne still has plenty of fight left!”

Blackbourne rolls over and Lancaster grabs him and pulls him up to his knees. She then forearms him in the back of the head over and over before Lancaster runs into the ropes. She bounces off and hits a running facebuster. Blackbourne rolls over. Lancaster then turns and runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a running splash. She hooks the leg.

Blackbourne gets his shoulder up. Lancaster gets up and then turns and grabs the left leg. The crowd boos some more as Lancaster kicks at it and then again. Blackbourne however then kicks her in the chest and pulls her in before pushing her off with both legs. Lancaster hits the ropes and steps forward and Blackbourne uses his legs to launch her up. Blackbourne catches her and right into an inside cradle!

Lancaster just kicks out.

Sharper: “An inside cradle out of a launch! I’ve never seen anything like that!”

Knots: “Blackbourne trying to dig deep. Thinking at all times!”

Sharper: “The creativity of this man!”

Bree rolls over and both get up and she forearms Blackbourne in the jaw and then again before running into the ropes. She bounces off, but Aaron counters with a hip toss into the ropes. Bree bounces off and flips back and then Blackbourne drills her with a short-arm clothesline. Lancaster rolls over. Blackbourne looks up as the crowd cheers for him. Lancaster rolls over and grabs at the ropes. Blackbourne starts to get up and falls to the ropes. He moves his left leg a bit as Lancaster gets up and Blackbourne runs over and hits a lunging European uppercut. Lancaster falls to the ropes and then through them. Blackbourne walks over and grabs Lancaster and drags her up. He then hooks her up by the head. Lancaster tries to block it. Blackbourne then knees Lancaster in the ribs. He hoists her up and then hits a brainbuster on his knee. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Lancaster driven down onto Blackbourne’s knee! She could be out!”

Knots: “Check her! Go for the pin! Do something!”

Blackbourne dives for the pin, hooking the leg.

Lancaster shoots her shoulder up. The crowd ohs. Blackbourne rolls over and starts to stir. Lancaster rolls over and Blackbourne walks over and grabs her. He places her head between his legs. He hoists her up for a powerbomb, but Bree reaches forward and forces Blackbourne to fall back to the corner. Lancaster then grabs the top rope and pulls him in before nailing him with repeated right hands. She then steps up onto the middle turnbuckle and boots Blackbourne in the back of the head. He steps forward and Lancaster steps up to the top rope and dives off, twisting through into a Blockbuster. She turns and hooks the leg.

Blackbourne gets his shoulder up. Lancaster looks at him and somersaults forward. She gets up and Blackbourne rolls over. Lancaster runs over and stomps him in the back and then again before going for the left leg again. She knees him in the knee and then again before trying to drag him away from the ropes. Blackbourne holds onto the ropes and Lancaster tries before she gives up and stomps him in the chest.

Sharper: “Blackbourne knows he can’t let Lancaster go to the leg.”

Knots: “That’s fine. She’ll take whatever she can get. And she’s going to town.”

Sharper: “Blackbourne taking it all though!”

Lancaster then stomps him in the head. Blackbourne rolls to the apron. Lancaster steps back before grabbing Blackbourne and pulling him through the ropes before Lancaster jumps up and hits a leg drop. Blackbourne flips into the ring. Lancaster hooks the leg.

Blackbourne gets his shoulder up again. Lancaster looks up. She turns to the official. She walks around and grabs Blackbourne. She pulls him up and hits a snap suplex. She turns and moves to the corner and starts to climb up to the top rope. Blackbourne rolls over and pulls himself up, gritting his teeth through the pain. He then runs up behind her, turning around to be back to back with Bree. Bree looks around as Blackbourne hooks her arms with his and flips her back and Blackbourne jumps forward and flips Bree into a double knee facebuster. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Backflipped into a facebuster! Lancaster down! The champion down!”

Blackbourne scrambles for the pin.

Lancaster shoots her shoulder up. The crowd ohs. Blackbourne rolls off and then turns and starts to get up. He limps a bit as Lancaster rolls over.

Knots: “Oh man! How close! How close!”

Lancaster reaches out and Blackbourne runs into the ropes and bounces off and hits a sliding double knee to the face. Lancaster falls back. Blackbourne then turns and grabs her and pulls her up. He starts to hoists her up, but Lancaster manages to slide down and hits a chopblock to the left leg. Blackbourne hits the mat. He rolls over as Lancaster rolls away. She takes a few moments as Blackbourne fights up to his feet and Lancaster gets up to her feet only for Blackbourne to walk into a superkick. Lancaster falls onto him for the pin.

Blackbourne shoots his shoulder up. The crowd roars. Lancaster rolls to her side. She starts to get up and staggers around, back to the legs.

Sharper: “Blackbourne won’t stay down either. Lancaster, again to the legs.”

Knots: “Not gone well so far.”

Bree grabs the left leg and kicks at it. She then spins through for the Crescent lock, but Blackbourne counters again, shoving her off with his other leg. Bree runs into the ropes. She bounces off and Blackbourne gets up and hoists her up over his head. Bree fights, elbowing out of it over and over. She slides down. She then backs up and lunges for the chopblock, but Blackbourne lifts his leg. Bree slides through. Blackbourne then steps forward and grabs the arms of Bree, straddles her, tucking her head and moves forward, into a pin.

Bree kicks out. Both get up and Blackbourne turns as Bree rolls through and lunges and hits another superkick. Blackbourne stumbles back and hits the ropes before bouncing off and going for the Unchained Creativity, but Bree ducks. Blackbourne lands on the mat and rolls over and Bree Lancaster hits the Classifier! She falls on top of him for the pin.

Blackbourne just gets his shoulder up. Bree’s eyes widen as Scott even looks shocked. Blackbourne rolls over to his side. The crowd cheers loudly.

Sharper: “He kicked out! Blackbourne kicked out!”

Knots: “That dream is still going! He’s still trying to punch through that glass ceiling!”

Bree looks around and then turns and moves to the corner. Blackbourne rolls over and slowly starts to pull himself up. He staggers up and falls to a knee as Bree crouches down. Blackbourne starts to stagger up again and spins around and Bree drills him with another Classifier. The crowd boos. Lancaster goes for the pin, hooking the leg.

The crowd boos. Bree rolls off.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, and STILL SCW World Champion, Bree Lancaster!”

Scott Burnside jumps up in happiness as Demitra gets up. Burnside grabs both of Bree’s titles and rolls into the ring. He walks over and hands the World Title to Demitra to hand to Lancaster while handing the US Championship to Bree. Bree takes it as Demitra presents the title to Bree. Bree raises her arms in the air. Bree steps forward and smiles.

Sharper: “Bree Lancaster after two Classifiers wins the match. She retains the title.”

Knots: “Slammed the door on Blackbourne’s title hopes.”

Sharper: “And now Bree Lancaster awaits who will challenge her at Taking Hold of the Flame!”

Blackbourne remains down as Bree Lancaster goes to the corner and celebrates.

The Taking Hold of the Flame logo comes up on the screen.

REPLAY:

We see a shot of Blackbourne pushing off the middle rope and hitting a high knee to Bree’s jaw. This is followed by a shot of Bree dropkicking Blackbourne in the knee, causing him to flip into the corner. This is followed by a shot of the arm-trap German suplex Blackbourne hit onto Bree Lancaster.

Knots: “Back and forth. Blackbourne found new ways to hit moves. New ways to take her down. Bree may sure however to make him pay throughout! The dropkick into the corner.”

Blackbourne is then shown getting pushed off the top rope by Lancaster.

Sharper: “But every time Blackbourne got something, Lancaster found a way.”

Knots: “But then, Blackbourne would come back. Hitting something bigger and better.”

We then see a shot of Blackbourne pulling Lancaster into the ring with the brainbuster on the knee. This is followed by a shot of Bree Lancaster hitting the top rope blockbuster onto Blackbourne. We cut forward to see Lancaster hitting a leg drop to the back of Blackbourne’s head while he’s in the ropes before showing her climbing to the top rope and then Blackbourne’s crucifix into a double knee facebuster.

Knots: “And this…this we figured may be it!”

Sharper: “Bree’s own weight used against her for maximum effect.”

Knots: “Hoping for an attitude adjustment too, but no dice. Just a Classifier.”

A shot of Bree Lancaster hitting the first Classifier is shown, followed by Blackbourne’s kick out. This is then followed by the second Classifier and the pin.

Bree rolls off.

Sharper: “And Bree Lancaster retained after another classic between these two!”

We cut back to live as Bree Lancaster is now in the entrance way, looking out at the crowd, smirking. She heads to the back, smiling with Scott by her. Blackbourne starts to stir as suddenly the lights dim and a spotlight shines down on the ring. Blackbourne looks around. He sighs as the crowd applauds Blackbourne. Blackbourne just looks around and shakes his head as he gets up and looks upat the light.

Knots: “That’s Shilo Valiant’s spotlight!”

Sharper: ”Yes…yes it is. And it’s shining on Blackbourne.”

Blackbourne continues to look at it before looking down, clearly hiding his emotions as the scene fades out.

We see a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness before cutting to a shot of Kennedy Street holding the SCW World Championship over her head from Rise to Greatness XV. A shot of David Helms standing on the top of a scaffold follows before showing Shilo Valiant walking to the ring. Shots of Dark Fantasy holding the SCW World Tag Team Championship, Rachel Foxx hitting the Foxx Girl Stunner, assisted with a plane of glass, on Shorty Jr. and Simon Lyman having his arm raised by Donovan Kayl followed.

The scene slowly fades to black.

We return to a live shot of the inside of the Prudential Center to focus on the Rise to Greatness banner hanging over the ring.

Sharper: “That’s the event everyone wants to compete on, but not just that, the Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal earns someone a World Championship shot at that event.”

Knots: “Bree Lancaster survived…who will survive the field of forty.”

Sharper: “So many people who want to make this night special, something huge…let’s go to the ring and see who will earn that honour!”

2020 Taking Hold of the Flame Battle Royal

The bell sounds as Jason Phillips stands stand in the middle of the ring.

Phillips: “Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for the SCW Taking Hold of the Flame Battle Royal!”

The crowd cheers as the camera pans throughout the crowd.

Phillips: “In just a moment, the first two entrants will be announced. Then, every two minutes, a new entrant will enter the fray. Entrants are eliminated by being thrown over the top rope and with both feet touching the floor. The final entrant standing after all forty entrants have entered will be the winner and receive a World Championship opportunity at Rise to Greatness XVII!”

The crowd cheers.

Phillips: “Now let’s see who drew number one!”

The lights dim in the arena as the screens all cut to black and for a few seconds. The opening “King of the World” by Porcelain and the Tramps hits the PA system as spotlights begin to flick on and off around the arena. The fans boo loudly as the camera pans through them all and back to the cheap seats in the back of the arena where we see Christy Matthews standing on the guard rail with her arms outstretched in an eerily familiar mock-crucifix pose. Her fists are taped, and she looks more than ready for the task ahead. She’s wearing a red jacket the hood pulled up over her head in a style similar to the classic fairy-tale.

Phillips: “First, from Overland Park, Kansas, representing Infamous, she is Christy Matthews!”

As she jumps down from the guard rail the screens around the arena begin to display familiar wording once more...

As she begins to push her way down to ringside, and security line the steps down through the crowd, holding back the fans in the way, we see that she's joined by her enforcer, Christopher Richter. Christy ignores every one of them as she walks past them, focusing on the ring. She makes her way down to the barricade, leaping over and begins climbing the outside of the turnbuckles, standing on the middle rope, pulling down the hood of her jacket and striking the mock-crucifix pose once more. We can see now that she’s also wearing a black mouth-guard. She cracks her neck a few times as she steps down from the ropes and removes her ring-jacket, tossing it to Richter on the outside before collapsing to the corner in a seated position.

Sharper: “Christy Matthews, a woman who has main evented Rise to Greatness. A former World Champion. She will start us off.”

Knots: “She looks all business. After Syren’s pep speech on Breakdown, but is she ready to need to survive for roughly eighty minutes to get out here. We’re going to find out how good some people are here.”

Sharper: “But who will she start with?”

The lights go down and flash purple as "Nightmare" by Halsey starts to play.

Jordan runs out on the stage and jumps, landing right when the beat hits and looks out at the crowd with a big smile on her face.

Phillips: “And next, from Chicago, Illinois, she is Jordan Majors!”

She continues to smirk as she starts to skip down the ramp ignoring anything the fans around her say. She sprints toward the ring apron and slides under the bottom rope to the middle of the ring, going on her elbows and kicking her feet behind her as she laughs. Jordan jumps to her feet and runs to the ropes and jumps on to the middle rope and leans across the top as she sticks her tongue out. She tosses her head back and forth a few times before hopping off the rope and sauntering around the ring.

Sharper: “Jordan Majors is out second. Has a target on her back with the Beauty Factory.”

Knots:” Also Jake Starr’s pick in his pool to eliminate Sienna!”

Sharper: “But not just that, she’s in there with someone she knows well. Christy Matthews and Jordan Majors had some big matches last summer and fall and we’re going to relive them here!”

Christy looks at Jordan as Jordan looks at her. The crowd roars as the bell sounds. The cheers continue as Matthews and Majors circle the ring and then lunge at one another and lock-up in the middle of the ring. They push back on one another and Majors drops down and around Matthews. She runs forward, pushing her forward as we see Richter getting removed from the ringside area. Matthews stops at the ropes as Majors tries to push her over. Matthews however elbows her in the back of the head. Majors falls back and rolls over. Matthews turns and blasts her with a hard forearm and then another. She grabs Majors by the head and spins her to the ropes, trying to get her up and over.

Sharper: “Matthews and Majors working quick, trying to get the other over.”

Knots: “Get them over. Know you have a threat out. Focus on the next one. But you gotta get them over!”

Majors blocks it as Matthews keeps trying to push her up. Majors however elbows out of it. Matthews staggers back. Majors turns and chops Matthews. Woos echo throughout the arena. She then kicks her in the ribs and whips her into the ropes. Matthews bounces off and Majors goes for a clothesline, but Matthews slides under neath. Majors turns around and Christy hits a dropkick. The crowd boos. Majors rolls over, holding her jaw as Christy starts to get up and grabs her by the hair. She then drags her up and runs her into the corner. Majors turns around and Christy hits a shoot kick to the ribs and then another and another before stepping up to the middle rope and going for a quick kick to the head. Majors ducks and Christy spins through to the straddle the top rope. Majors turns and shoves her over. Matthews spins through and onto the apron. Majors backs up as the crowd roars. She turns back and runs at Christy who gets an elbow up. Majors stumbles back as Christy enters the ring and Majors turns and hits a pump kick to the face, knocking her down.

Sharper: “Majors with the kick. Christy back in and walked right into it.”

Knots: “Both can throw some kicks, but quickly realizing that they may need to get used to the other in there. Neither wants to be the first out!”

Majors walks over and grabs Christy and drags her up and places her on the ropes. She tries to hoist her up as the crowd roars. Christy struggles as Majors keeps trying. The countdown clock appears for the first time as Majors keeps trying. Christy kicks her way out.

“Unforgiven” by Metallica play as the crowd roars and then boos as Clyde Sutter walks out from the back. He smirks as he cracks his knuckles and heads to the ring.

Sharper: “And this is a man we’ve not seen booked in SCW for quite some time, but he’s back.”

Knots: “He’s back and he’s angry! Clyde Sutter!”

Sharper: “He’s already salivating over this start for him!”

Majors starts to get up as Christy steps forward and Sutter slides into the ring. He gets up and Christy grabs Majors and throws her at Sutter who just shoulders her down. He then steps forward and Christy nails him with a forearm shot and then another before Sutter knees her in the ribs. He whips her into the corner. Sutter runs after and nails her with a running clothesline. Matthews drops to the mat. Sutter turns around and sees Majors starting to get up. Sutter walks over and Majors nails him with a hard right. She nails him again. Sutter smirks and headbutts her. She hits the mat and starts to get up. Sutter then scoops her up, easily, over his shoulder and starts to move to the ropes. Majors fights, pushing off as Sutter tries to just muscle her over.

Sharper: “Sutter in and he’s got one major advantage – his strength.”

Knots: “And he’s trying to just deposit Majors over!”

Sutter keeps trying and then lifts her up a bit more and pushes her over. Majors spins through, landing on the apron. Sutter turns around and Matthews hits a shoot kick to the chest. Sutter grimaces and Matthews hits another one. The crowd ohs. Matthews then backs up and goes for a dropkick, but Sutter catches her. He then pulls her up and lifts her up and turns and hits a powerbomb. The crowd boos. Sutter walks around as Majors gets back in and runs over and nails Sutter with a basement dropkick. Sutter falls to a knee. Majors starts to get up and clubs him repeatedly in the back.

Sharper: “Majors fighting Sutter. Matthews too!”

Knots: “And Majors is just trying to take him down. They know he’s a threat early!”

Sutter then throws his arms up and Majors staggers back. Sutter then gets up and shoulders Majors in the ribs as the countdown clock returns. Matthews looks on from the opposite side of the ring.

“Tesoro” by Héroes del Silencio plays as Maria Vencejo runs out from the back.

Sharper: “One half of the Las Bandidas de Gata Negra and they said two weeks ago they would use their team work to get to the end.”

Knots: “Well Maria will need to be solo for a bit here!”

Maria Vencejo heads to the ring and slides in as Sutter shoulders Majors again. Sutter turns and Vencejo gets up but his joined by Matthews who runs with her and hits a double dropkick on Sutter. Sutter falls to the mat. Vencejo and Matthews get up and run over to Sutter starting to stomp away on him over and over. The crowd cheers. Majors moves along the ropes as Sutter covers up for a bit. Matthews then turns and grabs Vencejo, convinced Sutter is dispatched temporarily, and goes for a hard right. Vencejo blocks it and ducks under her. Matthews spins around and Vencejo hits a jumping enziguri kick. Matthews stumbles over and Majors grabs her and turns and tries to lift her up and over. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Majors is trying to get Matthews out again!”

Knots: “Just keep the ring as empty as possible! But here comes Vencejo!”

Sharper: “Maybe seeing an opportunity to get both out!”

Vencejo runs over and tries to lift Majors up. The crowd roars. Majors holds onto the ropes as Matthews does too. Vencejo keeps pushing and both go up onto the top rope. Sutter starts to pull himself up and Vencejo keeps trying as Sutter then runs over and just bowls himself into all three. Matthews and Majors go to the apron as Vencejo falls to the middle rope. Sutter then grabs her and just hooks his hand in the waist of her tights and then her hair before turning and just pitching her across the ring. Sutter smirks and turns around as Majors and Matthews then both springboard and dive forward with a double shoulder block, taking him down. He rolls over.

Sharper: “Majors and Matthews again working together.”

Knots: “You’d never know they hate each other too!”

Sharper: “Sutter also finding out that he may be overestimated his chances here early!”

Sutter rolls over in pain as Vencejo slowly gets up and Majors goes over to grab her, but Matthews grabs Majors by the hair and hits a mat slam. Majors rolls over in pain as the countdown clock returns.

“Dança Das Ondas” by Ava Inferi plays and Valeria Garcia steps out from the back. She surveys the scene and bolts down the entrance way. Matthews turns seeing her coming and waits for her. Valeria slides down into the ring and she gets up, only for Maria to run out from her corner behind Matthews as Valeria runs at Matthews and they hit a high-low leg takedown, taking her down.

Sharper: “And Maria Vencejo is joined by her partner in crime, Valeria Garcia. Las Bandidas are in here.”

Knots: “Likely knew each other’s numbers and they could set the tone for this whole thing!”

Christy rolls over. Maria and Valeria get up as Jordan starts to get up and the Bandidas push her back to the ropes and fire her off. Majors bounces off and Maria and Valeria hit a tandem hip toss. Majors rolls over. Sutter then starts to get up and Valeria and Maria run over to him and both start to hammer away on him. The crowd roars as they take their shots.

Sharper: “And the Bandidas are going after Sutter now. Matthews down. Majors down. They want Sutter to stay down!”

Sutter however piefaces Valeria, sending her back. He nails Maria in the ribs with a shot. Sutter gets up and then runs at Valeria and goes for a clothesline. Valeria ducks and Maria steps up as Sutter turns and goes for a hard right. Valeria dodges and Maria hits a kick to the ribs. Sutter tries to grab Maria, but she dodges and Valeria shoot kicks Sutter’s right left. They both then grab his arms, wrench them and hit jumping stereo gamengiri’s to the face. Sutter falls back and rolls over. The crowd cheers. Matthews starts to get up as Valeria and Maria head over to her and Maria runs over and shoulders her back into the corner. This pins her back as Valeria hits a series hard rights to Christy as she covers up as best as she can, with limited movement.

Knots: “Now they’re trapping Christy and just taking shots, forcing her to absorb blows!”

Sharper: “Las Bandidas with a plan here. But they need to start sending people up and over.”

Knots: “If not, they may just bludgeon everyone!”

Maria then steps back and Valeria runs over and grabs Christy and starts to lift her up. Valeria turns and goes over to Majors and kicks her in the ribs. She forearms her and then starts to lift her up. The crowd roars. Majors fights as Christy does too. The countdown clock returns as the Bandidas try to thin the ranks in the match.

“Fade to Black” by Metallica plays as the crowd erupts with a roar. A few moments pass before Xander Valentine steps through the curtain and starts to head to the ring.

Sharper: “And the tenor of the match immediately changes again. SCW’s Executioner on his way to the ring.”

Knots: “He’s great at one thing – destroying anything in front of him!”

Majors and Matthews manage to fight down as Xander reaches the ring and pulls himself onto the apron. He steps into the ring. He then boots Majors in the face. Matthews turns as Xander scoops her up onto his shoulders and turns and hits a snake eyes. Matthews falls to the mat. Xander turns and Valeria runs at Xander but he then hoists her up and presses her, throwing her over the top rope. The crowd ohs. Maria then runs over and jumps up and Xander catches her. He then just muscles her around before turning and throwing her over the top rope, tossing her onto Valeria Garcia. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “And just like that, Las Bandidas de Gata Negra have been eliminated by Valentine!”

Knots: “Immediately, two gone!”

Xander then turns as Sutter starts to get up. Sutter looks at him and smirks as Xander just glares at him. The crowd meanwhile starts to roar as Sutter looks around and then starts to get fired up, expecting a fight. Xander just stoically looks at him.

Sharper: “And from that…Sutter, he’s getting fired up. He knows he’s got a fight right there.”

Knots: “I’d bet Sutter has a shrine to Xander Valentine in his house!”

Xander and Sutter remain looking at one another before Sutter throws the first right hand. Xander takes it and fires back. The crowd cheers as the two monsters trade blows in the middle of the ring, back and forth. Majors and Matthews look on, recovering. Xander and Sutter trade a few more blows before Xander knees him in the ribs. He then whips Sutter into the ropes. Sutter bounces off and hits a flying shoulder. Xander staggers back and into the ropes before bouncing off as Sutter gets up only for Xander to tackle him down. The crowd roars. Both then start to get up as Majors and Matthews maneuver out of their way, looking for their spot. Xander and Sutter step up and go face to face again.

Sharper: “These two monsters trading blows. And now…”

Knots: “Someone has to enter this.”

Sharper: “Matthews and Majors, smartly, staying out of this.”

“Something in Your Mouth” by Nickelback plays as Cookie Dreams runs out and looks around as the crowd cheers. She bounces a moment as Derek Adonis walks out with her, holding copies of the KABLAMA Sutra. He follows behind Cookie, handing a few out. Sutter and Valentine just continue to watch one another as Cookie reaches the ring, bounces a bit. She grabs the ropes to enter, but looks in as both Xander and Clyde look at her. Cookie then steps back, holding her hand up.

Cookie: “You know! I’ll give you another minute!”

The crowd roars as back in the ring, Xander and Clyde turn to one another. They then start to throw right hands at each other again.

Sharper: “Cookie Dreams is number seven.”

Knots: “Not so lucky tonight!”

Sharper: “And she’s deciding discretion is the better part of valour. Doesn’t want to get in there with those two going at.”

Sutter and Valentine continue to trade blows as Matthews starts to move around the ring, seemingly going for Majors. Majors remains in her corner. Cookie yells out to Majors as Matthews scurries around to go for her, but Majors throws a couple of boots at her, catching her in the side of the head with one. Matthews falls back and rolls to the apron. Back in the ring, Sutter has Xander back in the corner and is shouldering him over and over. Cookie starts to reach up to enter, but Sutter then backs up and nails Xander with a hard right. This causes Cookie to back down. Sutter then back elbows Xander before he grabs Xander and whips him across the ring. Matthews just gets out of the way as Majors looks on, smirking. Sutter runs over and Xander gets a boot up.

Sharper: “Xander and Sutter just making this their own warzone!”

Knots: “Matthews tried to get at Majors, but Cookie helped her. Majors is waiting for her spot!”

Sharper: “Cookie still on the floor, but she needs to be careful. Someone else will be entering momentarily!”

Cookie goes to enter, but seeing Sutter stumble out, she backs down again. Xander then runs out and clotheslines Sutter down. Sutter hits and rolls over. Xander turns and grabs him and drags him up and drags him over to the ropes near the entrance way. Cookie backs up again and Majors starts to pull herself up as Christy then gets up and Majors runs over to go after Xander and Clyde, but Matthews goes to break her quest. Majors however stops, expecting this and elbows Matthews in the jaw. She nails Matthews with a forearm shot and then another as Clyde hooks the ropes as Xander tries to get him over. The countdown clock returns as Majors works over Matthews.

“All the Days” by Mammoth plays as the crowd cheers. Peyton Rice jogs out from the back, Kelcey Wallace a couple of feet behind her. Peyton turns to Kelcey as Kelcey nods. Peyton then runs down to the ring and over to Cookie and Derek. Sutter keeps fighting Xander as Cookie turns to Peyton. Peyton looks at her. Peyton then motion for her to come on. Cookie smiles and she slides in with Peyton. The crowd roars as Peyton and Cookie then run across the ring, bounce off and run over to Xander and both hit a double dropkick.

Sharper: “Peyton Rice in at number eight and Cookie lucked out. Someone she’s friendly with!”

Knots: “And they’re tackling this together. But it’s every man or woman for themselves!”

Xander staggers off. Sutter steps up and Peyton turns and Sutter grabs at her, but Peyton breaks it and hits a pump gamengiri to the jaw. Sutter falls back and Cookie looks around and then runs at Sutter, jumping up and hitting a Thicc Thrust. Sutter falls to the ropes and down. Matthews gets free and Majors stumbles out. Peyton jumps up and hits a frankensteiner, taking her down. Majors rolls over. Peyton gets up and Matthews chops her. The crowd woos. Cookie then turns and runs over and jumps up and takes Matthews down with a Lou Thesz Press. Cookie rolls off and jumps up and hits a saluting diving headbutt. Matthews rolls over. The crowd cheers. Cookie then rolls over and turns and walks into Xander Valentine. Xander then grabs her by the throat. Adonis looks up and starts to climb onto the apron. Officials tell him to get down as Xander looks at him and then hoists Cookie up in the air. But as he does, Peyton runs over and hits a basement dropkick. Cookie drops down and rolls over as Xander falls to a knee. Peyton then gets up and hits a jumping enziguri to the side of the head and Xander rolls over.

Sharper: “Peyton Rice saving Cookie Dreams as Xander Valentine was going to send her to her dreams!”

Knots: “Derek was allowed down here. He was having aneuryism and now is being told to leave!”

Sharper: “Managers being requested to not be at ringside. Leave it all to everyone in the ring.”

Peyton then turns and runs into the ropes and ducks a Sutter clothesline. Cookie gets up and Peyton and her hit a double knee to the face of Sutter. Peyton smirks and turns to Cookie. Cookie shrugs and bounces a bit before Matthews runs over and clotheslines both of them down. The crowd boos. She looks around and turns around and Matthews walks to a shoot head kick by Jordan Majors as the crowd cheers. Xander starts to get up and Majors shrugs and heads over to Xander, trying to lift him up. The crowd roars. Xander however elbows out of it and drops down. Cookie and Peyton stir as the countdown clock returns.

“I WANT IT ALL!”

“I Want It All” by Queen plays as the crowd cheers, singing “Matt Hodges sucks!” along the melody of the song. Matt Hodges walks out from the back and sees Derek heading to the back. He says something to him. Adonis just give him a thumbs up as he walks past. Hodges just rolls his eyes before turning and jogging to the ring.

Sharper: “And Matt Hodges, the first past winner to enter this match. He won in 2008.”

Knots: “Looking to do it again tonight! But he’s got a long night!”

Hodges enters the ring as Xander elbows Majors back. Hodges gets up and looks around and turns to Xander and gives a thumbs up to Xander before immediately moving away from him and going over to Peyton and kneeing her in the ribs. He knees her again and then pushes her into the corner. Hodges keeps glancing back as Sutter comes out and clubs Majors in the back. Xander then walks forward as Matthews and Cookie get up and Xander knees Cookie in the ribs, getting boos from the crowd. Xander turns and goes to launch her over the top rope, but Cookie grabs the top rope and hangs on, frantically kicking her feet.

Knots: “The best host in Taking Hold of the Flame history! She’s in trouble!”

Sharper: “She’s kicking with all her might! I don’t know if that will help!”

Cookie then gets on the apron as Matthews nails Xander from behind. Xander turns and goes for a clothesline, but Christy ducks. She then hits a dropkick. Cookie turns and goes to the corner and climbs up to the top rope. The crowd roars as Cookie looks over and Christy turns as Xander remains on his feet and Cookie dives off with a crossbody attempt and Xander catches her. Christy then dropkicks Cookie, knocking Xander down. The crowd cheers. Hodges then turns and grabs Matthews and tries to throw her up and over. The crowd cheers, but Matthews hugs the top rope. Sutter grabs Majors, pulling her up and trying to muscle her over as Cookie looks around. She then turns and looks at Xander. She then starts to stomp away on her over and over as the crowd roars. Xander covers up, more annoyed than anything.

Sharper: “Cookie Dreams is stomping away at Xander Valentine!”

Knots: “Well the fears gone! Why not! He’s a lot shorter when he’s on his back!”

Sharper: “Meanwhile, Matthews in trouble. Hodges trying to get her over. Majors too!”

Cookie then backs away as Xander rolls over. She then turns and sees Majors in trouble and clubs Sutter in the back. Sutter turns. Peyton runs across and clubs him too and Peyton joins Majors and Cookie, grappling with Sutter. Matthews grabs at the ropes and turns to the apron and rolls in. Hodges then stomps her in the chest and then again before turning around. He sees Xander and winces a bit before going over and grabbing Cookie. Cookie yells out.

Cookie: “Hey! Wait! I was helping!”

Hodges then throws her back with a release German suplex. The crowd boos as the countdown clock returns.

Hodges gets up and Xander grabs him as “Cut the Cord” by Shinedown plays. The crowd roars and then books loudly. Tommy Valentine walks out from the back and looks at the ring. Xander then knees Hodges in the ribs and throws him to the side as he looks at Tommy. Tommy starts to slowly make his way to the ring, taking his time.

Knots: “And Tommy Valentine is number ten! And Xander Valentine is waiting for him!”

Sharper: “And Xander Valentine can strike him. He can go after him!”

Knots: “Tommy’s taking his time. He’s buying time. Making Xander stew!”

Sharper: “Probably hoping someone takes their shot at Xander!”

Tommy takes his time, slowing to a crawl as Xander keeps watching. Cookie rolls over as Hodges stirs. Peyton and Majors continue to fight with Sutter before he manages to kick his way loose. Peyton falls over as Majors does too. Sutter then sees Xander and nails him from behind and then another and another. Tommy just smirks as he reaches the ringside area and stops. Sutter then lifts Xander up and tries to get him up and over. Tommy walks over and starts to taunt Xander as Xander grabs at the ropes. Matthews starts to get up as Hodges staggers over and Christy drives him back into the corner, spearing him. Cookie looks around as Majors and Rice get up and Rice grabs at Majors, trying to lift her up at the ropes. Xander keeps trying to get free as Sutter keeps trying to hoist him over.

Sharper: “Tommy Valentine just taunting Xander. Not yet in the match.”

Knots: “Well he’s not yet entered the ring. But he’s just pissing off Xander. And if Sutter gets him up and over, Tommy better run!”

Rice keeps trying to get Majors up as Christy shoulders Hodges again and then forces him down before starting to choke him with her boot. Cookie looks around as she stirs in the corner. Sutter starts to club Xander in the back, but Xander turns around, spinning around and nails him with a hard right and then another and another. Xander then steps forward and nails him with a hard right. Sutter hits the mat. Xander then turns around and lunges over the top rope as Tommy backs up. He backs away, moving back over to the entrance way. Xander turns and heads over toward those ropes and Cookie looks around before running over and jumping up onto the back of Xander. The crowd roars. Cookie tries to lock in a chokehold as Tommy laughs. Cookie sees this and starts to pull back more. Xander falls to a knee and then gets up and moves to the ropes. Majors flips over and onto the apron before shouldering Peyton in the ribs. Majors enters and clotheslines her down. She turns and runs over and kicks Christy in the back. Christy staggers back.

Sharper: “Cookie is trying to get Xander down!”

Knots: “Choking the life out of him! As Majors and Matthews back at it!”

The countdown clock returns as Xander flips Cookie up and over. Cookie however grabs onto the top rope, hanging over. Xander staggers back and then goes to nail Cookie, but Cookie falls to a seated position and rolls back into the ring. She crawls over to Hodges as he gets up and then spins around him. Hodges looks at her and then up at Xander as he gets up and Xander boots him in the face.

BELIEVE IT!

The crowd roars as “The Truth About Our Time” by Allen/Lande plays. Tommy turns as Selena Frost bolts out from the back. Tommy backs up and rolls into the ring, forgetting about Xander.

Sharper: “Oh boy! Tommy! You picked a great spot! Selena Frost is number eleven!”

Knots: “And that look says it all. Tommy knows it!”

He then rolls over and gets up as he then stops as Selena stops at the ringside area and then slides in. Tommy grits his teeth and turns as Xander Valentine grabs him by the throat. He then hoists him up and drops him with a huge chokeslam. The crowd roars. Selena then goes to walk over to Tommy, but Xander shoves her back. Xander turns back and grabs Tommy and pulls him up and drags him over to the corner. He knees Tommy in the ribs and then knees him over and over before Selena comes over and pulls him back. Xander turns to her. Selena then turns to Tommy and kicks him over and over in the ribs. The crowd cheers. Matthews is lifted up by Majors as Hodges staggers up and Sutter tries to nail Peyton. Peyton ducks and then jumps to the ropes before backflipping back into a moonsault. Sutter catches her, but she spins off into a DDT.

Sharper: “Peyton Rice with a hell of a move. Right out into the DDT.”

Knots: “While Tommy Valentine is finding out how strong his ribs are! Selena Frost and Xander Valentine both want him!”

Peyton rolls over as Hodges walks along the ropes. Peyton runs over and forearms him. Xander pulls Selena away and knees Tommy repeatedly in the ribs. Selena then pulls Xander away before kicking Tommy. Xander finally grabs Selena and drags her back. Selena then nails him with a forearm shot and then another and another. Xander shoves her back and they turn back to Tommy, who is no longer in the corner. Tommy, instead, has dropped down to the mat and rolled to the floor. He backs away and Selena turns and then goes to grab the ropes, but Xander grabs her and starts to try and eliminate her!

Sharper: “Selena and Xander wearing out Tommy. Tommy going for a powder. He’s still in this. Went through the ropes!”

Knots: “Xander now is trying to eliminate Selena. She’s in his way!”

Sharper: “Either this is because he respects her, or no longer does! Regardless, Tommy has to be loving this reprieve!”

Peyton forearms Hodges again and Cookie runs over and grabs Hodges, helping Peyton as Matthews kicks her way out from Majors. Majors staggers out and Christy hits a spinning heel kick. She then turns as Hodges elbows out of Peyton’s grasp. Selena manages to elbow Xander back. She then jumps up to the middle rope and dives back with a back elbow. Xander falls into Christy, who falls into Peyton and Hodges, elbowing both of them. They go down as Cookie rolls over, somehow dodging the bullet.

The sound of a bear roar is heard. The crowd rises to their feet cheering as generic disco music plays. We then see the Dancing Bear running out from the back, jogging down and over to the ring. It slides into the ring where we realize it’s wearing wrestling tights over the bear suit.

Sharper: “My God….that damn bear!”

Knots: “Is it wearing trunks?”

Sharper: “I have no damn clue anymore.”

The bear looks around as Cookie staggers up and looks around. The crowd roars. Cookie then points at the bear.

Cookie: “You’re that bear! That bear….that dances!”

The Dancing Bear looks around and gives a thumb up. It then looks at Cookie as it thrusts to the left and then to the right before repeating with quicker thrusts. Cookie smiles and then thrusts in stereo with the bear. The crowd cheers as they go back and forth and back and forth. The bear stops and gives a double thumbs up. We then see Peyton stirring, along with Matt Hodges. Xander and Selena too before we then see Lexy Chapel with a megaphone running out from the back.

Lexy: “Okay! Okay! Everyone! Get the bear! BE aware it’s HIGHLY INTELLIGENT! It probably has other animal friends who can dance! Be prepared!”

The Dancing Bear stops as Cookie turns and looks at Lexy as several individuals, wearing ranger’s outfits, run out from the back. Chapel gets to the ring and one of the ranger’s enters the ring before sliding in. Cookie immediately runs over and nails him with a hard right.

Cookie: “Don’t hurt my new friend!”

The Dancing Bear looks around. Several other rangers are starting to circle the ring. Lexy starts to point. The Dancing Bear then turns and runs over to the one side of the ring, they’ve not year circled and slingshots over the top rope and lands on the floor. Cookie looks at the bear, saddened as the bear hops over the barricade and starts to run through the crowd. The rangers run around.

Lexy: “After him! After him!”

Lexy runs over and goes over the barricade to the crowd. The rangers follow as the Dancing Bear runs up one of the staircases. It does a quick dance before running off, the rangers and Chapel following. The cameras follow as Peyton and Hodges step up as Xander and Selena start to get up. The countdown clock returns.

SUPREME POWAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

The crowd roars again as “Touch” by Stan Bush plays and Mitch Doogan steps out from the back and then looks out and lets out a yell before running down to the ring.

Knots: “Oh God! Now this!”

Sharper: “The man with the trash can lid hands! It’s Supreme Power, Mitch Doogan!”

He jogs down and slides into the ring. He gets up and raises his right hand before Cookie runs over and jumps up and hits a running dropkick to the chest. Doogan falls back, his arm hooked on the top rope and flips through back to the floor. He lands on his feet and staggers back. The crowd roars. Cookie just gets up, a complete case of emotions.

Knots: “Cookie just eliminated with super-human strength that monster!”

Sharper: “I don’t believe it. All because of that damn bear. They had a connection-“

Knots: “Hodges!”

She lets out a yell as the crowd cheers. Peyton smiles before Hodges runs up behind Cookie and grabs her and throws her up and over the top rope to the floor. The crowd boos loudly as Hodges backs up, dusting his hands.

Sharper: “Oh damn! I thought she actually had a shot!”

Knots: “Forgot to keep her head on a swivel!”

He turns around to Majors and Rice who look at him. They then both kick him in the ribs. Selena goes to attack Xander, but Christy runs over and nails her from the side. Selena falls back into the corner as Christy moves in. Xander turns and Sutter nails him with a shot. Xander staggers back and nails Sutter with another shot back. They trade blows again as Selena covers up as Christy kicks away over and over. Selena covers up as Peyton and Jordan start to lift Hodges up. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Hodges now in trouble. Majors and Rice working together.”

Knots: “Getting some of that Trios buy-in team up. And Christy Matthews reviving her hatred of Selena Frost too!”

Christy starts to lift Selena up as Selena grabs at the ropes. Clyde then scoops Xander up as the crowd roars. Sutter gets him to the ropes as Xander grabs at the ropes. He looks around, actually looking concerned as Sutter nearly gets him up. Hodges kicks at Majors and knocks him down. Hodges drops to the mat and nails Rice with a hard right. He then follows up with another hard right and Rice staggers out. Hodges walks to the ropes. Hodges then runs over and kicks Majros in the ribs before hoisting her up and trying to eliminate her. Selena goes up and over and lands on the apron before rolling back in. Christy then stomps her a few times before she turns and chops Rice. Xander, while on the ropes, nails Sutter with a couple of hard rights and Sutter stumbles back.

Sharper: “Just a war now in there as everyone wants to get a few people out. A lot of threats.”

Knots: “And another entering.”

“The Man Who Laughs” by Rob Zombie plays as the crowd roars and then boos. Shilo Valiant walks out from the back. He just chuckles as he continues on his way to the ring.

Sharper: “Shilo Valiant enters the fray at number fourteen!”

Knots: “Another former winner in there.”

Sharper: “And another individual who has main evented Rise to Greatness!”

Shilo Valiant takes his time heading to the ring as Xander steps forward and clotheslines Sutter down. Matthews chops Peyton in the corner before Peyton spins Christy into the corner and chops her herself. Hodges then pulls Majors down and nails her with a forearm, knocking her down. He turns as Shilo enters the ring and kicks him in the ribs. He turns and nails Xander with a hard right before running over to Selena and kneeing her in the ribs. He then spins through and runs into the ropes. He bounces off and hits a flying clothesline, knocking Xander down. Shilo gets up as Christy is chopped again by Peyton. Shilo walks over to Peyton and spins her around and kicks her in the ribs before pulling her in and spinning around. He hooks her up and hits the Morning Star. The crowd boos

Sharper: “Valiant entering and quickly striking anything that moves.”

Knots: “And making sure to drop Peyton with the Morning Star. And you wonder if he wants to win to make sure Aaron Blackbourne can’t face him. This after drawing the spotlight on him earlier.”

Shilo then gets up and Hodges grabs him and knees him in the ribs. He runs him into the corner. Shilo stops and Hodges moves in and Shilo chops him and then again before grabbing him and turning and trying to eliminate him. Hodges holds on and spins through before rolling back in. Shilo then turns as Majors kicks him in the ribs and hits a shoot kick to the chest and then another before backing up into the ropes, bouncing off and Shilo scoops her up and hits a backbreaker. Majors rolls over in pain. Shilo turns around and Selena runs out and hits a dropkick. Shilo hits the mat and Selena dives onto him with repeated right hands as the crowd roars.

Sharper: “Selena Frost drops Shilo Valiant and now hammering away.”

Knots: “There’s a hell of a dream match.”

Selena walks around the ring after and turns and stomps Shilo in the chest and then again before turning around and Sutter scoops up Shilo and hits a powerslam. The crowd boos. Sutter smirks and starts to get up as Hodges and Christy step up. The countdown clock returns.

Sutter nails Hodges with a hard right as “Fallen Angel” by Three Days Grace plays and the crowd erupts in massive boos. Sienna Swann walks out from the back. She takes off her entrance attire early as Xiomara Diaz helps her. Diaz then turns and returns to the back as Sienna Swann glares at the ring, heading towards it. Jordan Majors winces, grabbing at the ropes as Selena rolls over too and Sienna Swann runs over and slides into the ring as a loud “Swann Sucks! Swann Sucks!” chant. Sienna gets up and hits a dropkick to Christy. Christy falls to the mat and Swann turns and runs over to Jordan Majors as she stirs and knees her in the ribs over and over and over and over again.

Sharper: “Sienna Swann in! The IronAngel is going right for Jordan Majors!”

Knots: “Majors wanted it. She wanted to face her. But Shilo made it that all of Sienna’s biggest rivals are down and she’s taking advantage!”

Sienna continues to knee at Majors with Majors just dropping to a knee. Majors tries to cover up as Sienna knees her again and again before shoving her through the ropes. Majors rolls through and falls to the floor. The crowd boos. Sienna turns around and sees Selena and runs over and kicks her over and over. Sutter meanwhile tries to get Hodges up as he takes a look at Sienna, smirking. Shilo is in the corner watching. Xander starts to get as Tommy starts to peak up at ringside. He then slides into the ring and runs over to Xander and runs at him and nails him with the Knee Deep. Xander falls to the mat. Tommy rolls through and laughs. He then starts to get up and poses before turning back to Xander and laughs at him. He then turns as Clyde Sutter turns and runs up behind him and grabs him and throws him over the top rope. The crowd roars as Clyde just waves at him and laughs before spinning around. Tommy rolls over and looks up as the crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Tommy got his shot in!”

Knots: “But Clyde Sutter got him out!”

Sharper: “And Selena is out! Sienna has just violently attacked two individuals she’s had problems with.”

Knots: “Taking advantage of what came before!”

Tommy looks around as Tommy walks around as Selena rolls to the floor and falls to the floor, pushed out by Sienna. But then Sienna is spun around by Peyton Rice. The crowd roars as Sutter turns back and Hodges runs over and spins around him before dropping him down with a drop toe hold before then going to the arm and trying to lock in a fujiwara armbar. The crowd roars as Sutter yells out. But the focus returns to Peyton and Sienna as Sienna gets in Peyton’s face as the countdown clock returns.

“Save Me” by Shinedown plays as Peyton Rice turns to the entrance way only for Sienna to immediately take the opportunity lunge and drill her with the Kiss of an Angel.

Sharper: “Adam Allocco in next, but that distracted Peyton and Sienna Swann gave her the Kiss of an Angel!”

Knots: “Immediately saw the opening. Three for three for Sienna!”

The crowd ohs and boos. Peyton just drops to the mat. Sienna smirks and walks forward as Adam Allocco steps out from the back and looks around before heading to the ring. He then sees Peyton Rice down in the ring and jogs down to the ring, looking concerned. Allocco heads to the ring as Sutter grabs at the mat. Hodges keeps pulling back on the arm. Sutter yells out. Matthews grabs at the ropes as we then cut to see Tommy Valentine grabbing Selena Frost and spinning her around and throwing her into the steel steps. The crowd boos. Tommy then steps back as the officials gravitate around him. Sienna meanwhile starts to stomp away on Christy.

Sharper: “Tommy Valentine attacking Selena Frost too. He’s got to leave. HE’s going to take people with him. God damn it!”

Knots: “And just take the shots he’s got.”

Tommy starts to head to the back as we cut back in and see Adam Allocco checking on Peyton who is down. He then gets up as Hodges lets go of Sutter as Sutter rolls over. Hodges then walks over to Adam and Adam just holds his hand up and ignores Hodges. Hodges just scoffs as Hodges then looks around before lunging to attack Adam, but Shilo grabs Hodges and pulls him back and into the corner. Shilo then starts to lift him up. Adam meanwhile spins Sienna around. Sienna just looks at Allocco with pure anger.

Sharper: “What is Allocco doing?”

Knots: “Not working with Hodges. So that I guess did break down, but he’s going right up to Sienna!”

Allocco: “That’s my future daughter in law. I’m not going to let-“

Sienna immediately nails him with a hard right hand. Adam hits the mat. Sienna then turns around and Christy lifts her up. The crowd roars. Sienna struggles as Hodges keeps fighting with Shilo. We then see Adam getting up and running over and grabbing Christy, who has Sienna and lifting both up. The crowd roars as Christy and Sienna go up, but Sienna curls over to the apron as Christy goes up and over. The crowd cheers at first before booing as Sienna is still in. Adam backs up as Sienna rolls back in. Adam then backs up and runs at Sienna, but Sienna lowers her head and pulls on the top rope. Adam goes up and over and nearly right over. He dives in. He rolls over and turns to Clyde who is stirring only for Adam to juke back. He turns to Xander, who is still down and jukes back again. Sienna then starts to run over to Adam and Adam backs up to the corner. Sienna runs over and forearms him in the jaw.

Sharper: “Christy Matthews out after being in there for just over half an hour!”

Knots: “And he was going for Sienna! But Sienna’s in and now going for him!”

Sharper: “And Adam is just dodging anyone!”

Hodges struggles with Shilo as Sienna forearms Adam over and over as the countdown clock comes up.

“Groupie” by Cassie Steele plays as the crowd erupts and boos follow. Syren walks out from the back. She takes off her ring jacket and throws it down before heading down the rampway. She jogs down to the ring side area as we see Christy Matthews walking around the ring, annoyed and Syren walks over to her and stops her.

Sharper: “Syren now in…oh boy. Some big talent in there now.”

Knots: “And she’s trying to keep Christy here! She’s out! Christy’s out!”

She talks to her and starts to move her towards the ring but as she does, we see two of the officials motioning that Christy has to leave. Syren snaps at them before they motion again. Christy then starts to storm to the back as Syren looks down and then stands at ringside, hands on her hips.

Syren: “Fine…you’re going to send her. I’ll get in when I’m ready!”

Syren remains at ringside as Sienna turns briefly to the entrance way and tells Syren to get into the ring. Syren just ignores her as Sienna turns back and Adam rakes her eyes. The crowd roars. Hodges kicks Shilo in the head and then again before dropping down. Shilo staggers out as Peyton rolls over at the ropes. Sutter starts to get up, wincing and holding his arm. He lets out an annoyed grunt as he turns and Adam turns away from him and sees Hodges. Allocco then extends his arms as Hodges just shoves him back. Adam falls back and looks up. The crowd roars. Sutter then walks over and grabs Shilo and headbutts. Shilo stumbles back to the corner. Sutter moves in and kicks him in the ribs. Hodges then turns as Sutter scoops him up with one arm and slams him down. Xander starts to get up in the corner as Sutter looks around and runs at Sienna and clotheslines her down.

Sharper: “Sutter with one arm now dominating the ring.”

Knots: “He needs to get out there or he could be a sleeper here. Xander’s less of a sleeper but he’s still in there too!”

Sharper: “And just remember, Jordan Majors and Selena Frost who are down at ringside. They’re still in. Syren, who hasn’t entered, she still in.”

Sienna rolls over as Sutter turns and goes over to Xander. Sutter pulls up Xander and shakes out his arm before nailing Xander with a series of hard kicks to the ribs. Sutter then lifts Xander up and the crowd roars. Xander starts to revive and grabs at Sutter as Shilo stirs. Sutter keeps trying and Xander clubs Sutter over and over before he shifts and Sutter’s arm gives. Sutter spins around and Shilo runs at him and clotheslines him down. Sutter rolls over. Shilo then turns around and sees Sienna. Shilo glances back at Syren as Syren just watches, annoyed, before Shilo grabs Sienna and kicks her over and over in the corner.

Sharper: “Sutter’s revival may be short-lived. But now Valiant going right for Sienna.”

Knots: “He’s oddly competitive tonight!”

The countdown clock returns as Shilo starts to grind his knee on Sienna’s face. She drops down. Hodges starts to get up.

“Bad Girl” by Avril Lavigne starts to play and the crowd boos. Syren’s glare turns into a smirk.

Sharper: “And that’s why Syren wanted Christy there. Infamous knew they could establish themselves as a unit right here!”

Knots: “Back to back entries for Dark Fantasy? You’re kidding me.”

Ravyn walks over to Syren and the two then turn and run to the ring and slide in. The crowd boos as Hodges turns only for Syren to jump up and hit the Total Makeover. Hodges rolls over. Ravyn then runs over to Shilo as he gets up and hits the Evolutionary Synthesis. The crowd ohs. Both get up and Adam runs at Syren, attempting a clothesline. Syren ducks and stops and Adam turns only for Syren to grab Adam as Ravyn runs past and hitting a aided whiplash neckbreaker. The crowd ohs and Adam rolls over. Ravyn turns as they then see Xander and Syren and Ravyn hit double enziguris to Xander and Xander staggers down to a knee. Sienna then runs out and goes for a Kiss of an Angel to Syren. Syren moves out of the way just in time. Sienna stops and turns. Ravyn forearms her and Syren grabs her from behind, hooking her arm and turns her over before Ravyn grabs her legs and they hit the Dark Makeover on Sienna Swann.

Sharper: “Dark Makeover! Dark Fantasy owning the 2020 Taking Hold of the Flame!”

Knots: “Sienna tried to take her shot, but Syren was just too fresh. Plus, the rage probably hurt too!”

Syren then turns and sees Peyton as Sutter stirs. Syren grabs Peyton and drags her up with Ravyn coming over before suddenly Peyton nails Syren with a forearm and then Ravyn with one. Peyton nails Syren and then Ravyn again before Syren rakes the eyes. She then kicks Peyton in the ribs before pulling her in, but Jordan Majors pulls her in and runs over and nails Syren from behind. She then nails Ravyn. Jordan grabs Syren and nails her with a couple more hard rights before pushing her into the ropes. She fires her off. Syren bounces off and Peyton goes to lift her up and back drop her over. Syren kicks her legs, but falls back into the ring. Ravyn then runs over and nails Peyton in the back. She turns and kicks Jordan in the ribs.

Sharper: “Jordan Majors and Peyton Rice again, working together. This friendship, professional rivalry, and they’re now facing one of the greatest tag teams in professional wrestling history. And Jordan knows that too well!”

Knots: “But they’re also hurt. Syren and Ravyn are fresh!”

Ravyn then nails Jordan with a shot before nailing her over with a forearm. Peyton clubs Ravyn before Syren runs over and kicks Peyton in the back. The countdown clock returns as Syren hits a back suplex.

“Let Love In” by the Goo Goo Dolls plays as the crowd cheers. Amy Chastaine walks out and points to the ring as Kelsai Adamson-Mason runs out and looks around, hopping up and down before running to the ring. Syren and Ravyn turn to the entrance way.

Sharper: “Number nineteen! Kelsai-Adamson-Mason is in.”

Knots: “Enter the lion’s den!”

Kelsai Adamson-Mason runs down to the ring and slides in. She gets up and Syren and Ravyn step up with a double clothesline attempt, but Kelsai ducks under and jumps to the middle rope and springboards back with a moonsault, taking down both members of Dark Fantasy!

Sharper: “Kelsai with the moonsault!”

Knots: “They’d have rather let love in than the moonsault!”

Kelsai rolls over as Syren and Ravyn get up and just then, Selena rolls into the ring as Jordan runs over to Ravyn and Kelsai turns to her too. Syren gets up and Selena forearms her as Peyton gets up and forearms her too. The crowd roars as Jordan and Kelsai attack Ravyn. Syren covers up as she gets to the corner. Selena and Peyton both get a few clubbing blows in as Sutter starts to get up. Selena then turns and kicks Sutter in the ribs. She forearms him over and over and Sutter knees her. He goes to whip her into the ropes, but his arm gives up and Selena spins through and right into the Frost’s Bite! The crowd cheers. Sutter yells out again as Ravyn covers up and Jordan and Kelsai whip Ravyn out and Adam Allocco starts to get up and Adam suddenly grabs Ravyn and spins and throws her up and over. The crowd cheers. Allocco looks around surprised before Adam turns and walks into Jordan Majors who jumps up and hits the Cash Out! The crowd erupts in cheers.

Sharper: “Allocco eliminates Ravyn Taylor!”

Knots: “He got a Cash Out for good measure!”

Sharper: “And Sutter! Again, an arm bar locked in. This time from Selena Frost!”

Selena holds for a moment before rolling back. Sutter rolls over. Jordan turns and looks at Selen and then Kelsai who then all go over to Sutter. Peyton turns and joins them and the four women start to lift Sutter up as the crowd erupts in cheers. Sutter grabs at the ropes, using both arms, but his bad arm, quickly gives and he’s only got his right arm hooked. They four women hoist him up and Sutter goes up and over and down onto the apron before falling to the floor. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Sutter is gone!”

Knots: “Four women got him up and over. Big threat gone, but a lot more to go.”

Sharper: “Another to enter too. Number two about to come up. And Majors at forty minutes. Selena getting to twenty. Xander at half and hour. Peyton Rice and Matt Hodges over twenty minutes.”

Peyton turns back to Syren who kicks her in the ribs. Shilo is next for Selena as she grabs him as Jordan starts to go for Sienna, but Xander clotheslines her down. Kelsai then nails Xander with a couple of shots.

“El Eterno”

“Making A Difference” by UBEM hits the PA system as those in attendance who know the theme from years in Mexican wrestling rise to their feet. Onto the stage walks the masked legend, Rey Anillo, his distinctive black, white and gold mask and outfit standing out, and with a cape around his shoulders. He spins on the stage before throwing the cape down and holding out his arms, encouraging the fans to cheer. He slowly turns on the stage as the fans clap along with the theme, and then charges to the ring. He leaps onto the apron and flips over the top rope, rolling back to his knees in the middle of the ring before holding out his arms the applause from the fans.

Sharper: “El Eterno, Rey Anillo, a Mexican icon, entering the fray!”

Knots: “Drawing talent from all over the world! But he’s a long way from home here in Newark!”

Kelsai nails Xander again before Xander headbutts her and she falls back. Shilo struggles with Selena as Syren works over Peyton in the corner. Hodges starts to get up and steps forward as Anillo slides intro the ring. He runs past Hodges who just shove him into the corner. Anillo hops up and spins around on the middle turnbuckle before diving off with a double axe handle smash to Hodges. Hodges rolls over. Sienna gets up and Anillo nails her with an overhead chop, knocking her down. He turns and sees Allocco getting up and hoists him up and spins him out into a Blue Thunder Bomb as the crowd roars.

Sharper: “The Exportacion Mexicana! Anillo plants Adam Allocco!”

Knots: “Probably remembers him from a crap deal south of the border. This Anillo has been around forever.”

Sharper: “Why he’s called El Eterno!”

Anillo gets up as Jordan runs over and kicks him in the ribs. She forearms him before Xander walks over and nails Jordan with a forearm shot, knocking her down. He then turns and knees Anillo in the ribs. He whips him not the ropes. Anillo bounces off and Xander goes for a boot. Anillo ducks undre and bounces off the other side before hitting a running dropkick. He rolls over and then rolls right to the apron. He climbs up to the top rope as the crowd cheers. He dives off with a missile dropkick to Jordan, before landing onto Xander. The crowd roars. Anillo then gets up as Sienna runs over and kicks him in the ribs. She forearms him in the jaw and then hit a shoot kick to the thigh before another one, a hard right before a spinning back kick and then a shoot kick to the head. Anillo drops to the mat. Sienna then looks around before Selena stops with Shilo and runs over and spins Sienna around. The crowd roars. Sienna then goes for a hard right, but Selena forearms her in the jaw and then again and again, forcing Sienna back into the corner. Selena kicks her over and over as the crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Selena Frost now getting her revenge for earlier. Sienna kicked her out of the ring. Selena’s just pummeling her!”

Knots: “And Anillo got a taste of one of our best, at least that thinks it!”

Syren keeps trying to get Peyton up and over, but she turns to the apron and then shoulders Syren in the ribs. She enters the ring and gets up and forearms her. Selena continues to attack Sienna as the crowd cheers. The countdown clock returns .

“Until the Day I Die” by Story of the Year plays. The crowd cheers loudly as Jay Gold walks out from the back. He looks around and nods before running down to the ring.

Sharper: “He may not have won it, but he’s come damn close. He’s another former main eventer of Rise to Greatness. The Hall of Famer, Jay Gold!”

Knots: “And he’s from near here. From Albany, New York. Don’t know if I’ll burst into flame for saying that here in Jersey.”

Gold runs down to the ring as Selena tries to eliminate Sienna. Gold slides into the ring and runs over and clubs Syren in the back. Anillo leans on the ropes as Xander starts to stir. Hodges gets up too and looks around as Gold turns and nails him with a forearm. Peyton then grabs Syren and whips her into the ropes. She bounces off and Peyton hits the Rice-a-roni. The crowd cheers. Gold chops Hodges as Hodges grimaces in pain in the corner. Shilo walks out of the corner and clubs Peyton in the back. He then turns and goes to run her over to the ropes to throw her over. Peyton spins through and lands on the apron, moving back in. Shilo, however, turns his attention to Xander who gets up and hits a back chop. The crowd roars. Shilo throws a hard right and then kicks him in the ribs. Shilo starts to choke him as Jordan stirs. Peyton gets up as well.

Sharper: “Gold working over Hodges. Shilo going after Xander.”

Knots: “Sienna! She’s going over! Selena’s getting her over!”

Sharper: “Sienna dangerously close! You’re right!”

Sienna is nearly upside down as she shakes her head, kicking her legs. Selena gets her over and she spins to the apron. Selena tries to push her, but Sienna elbows her in the ribs and then again before rolling into the ring. Selena staggers off. Jordan starts to get up only for Anillo to grab her. He then lifts her up and places her by the ropes. Selena turns and Sienna hits a dropkick. Selena hits the mat and rolls over. Sienna starts to get up as Gold is knocked back by Hodges. Sienna turns and Peyton takes her down with a Lou Thesz Press as the crowd cheers. Hodges steps out and clotheslines Gold down. Gold rolls over. Hodges winces and limps a bit before shaking his head and turning and grabbing Syren. He starts to lift her up at the ropes. Xander fights off Shilo and drops down. Kelsai then jumps up and dropkicks Xander back in. Kelsai turns and moves to Shilo and forearms him in the jaw. Kelsai then sees Hodges trying to get Syren out and tries to help her.

Sharper: “A lot of mass in that ring.”

Knots: “This is the problem though. You need to either work quick or work smart. If you don’t, you’re now always looking around. We’ve seen how that’s been a problem for some already.”

Sharper: “And another about to enter the fray.”

“Rope” by Foo Fighters plays as the crowd cheers. Asher Hayes walks out from the back. He then starts to pick up the pace, jogging to the ring.

Sharper: “Asher Hayes in at number twenty-two.”

Knots: “And he said he’d do one thing. He wanted to toss Sienna Swann out and he wanted to win.”

Sharper: “And that’s another thing going on here. That pool from Starr. We’ve not mentioned it much. But you wonder if some people beyond Asher or beyond Jake’s faith in his sister Jordan are going to be looking to time an elimination.”

Knots: “For a steak dinner?”

Sharper: “The boys will always have fun themselves.”

Asher Hayes slides into the ring and turns and clubs Anillo in the back. He spins around and pulls Shilo into him and hits a short-arm clothesline. He then dropkicks Xander. Xander falls to the ropes. Asher gets up and looks around and dropkicks Peyton. He then goes over to Sienna and grabs her and hoists her up. The crowd cheers again. Sienna however forearms her away out, frantically trying to get him down. Sienna drops to the mat as Asher staggers back. We then see Gold get up and grabs Asher and tries to throw him over. The crowd roars. Asher holds on as Syren kicks at Hodges getting him off. Kelsai tries to keep getting Syren over, but Syren drops down. Kelsai then starts to fight her. Selena gets up and chops Hodges. The crowd woos. She chops him again. More woos. Selena then grabs Hodges and whips him not the corner, but as he does, Adam Allocco lifts Selena up and in a burst of strength, pushes her to the ropes. Sienna slowly starts to get up and runs over and grabs Allocco. The crowd roars as Allocco and Selena both go up, but both land on the apron, holding onto the ropes. Selena dangles for a moment before they both get back in.

Sharper: “Sienna nearly eliminated two people she’s had issues with. Adam Allocco off and on all year whether she knows it or not, but Selena Frost.”

Knots: “Asher’s already in trouble. Gold may have him – no.”

Asher catches Gold with an elbow and the Asher runs out and hits an enziguri kick. Gold hits the mat. Asher gets up and turns and clubs Sienna gain. Sienna falls into the corner as Peyton starts to get up and Shilo stumbles out. He goes back to Selena as Xander then grabs Peyton. Kelsai sees this and runs over and clubs Xander in the back. Xander turns and Peyton starts to fight him too. The two keep working on him as Syren grabs at the ropes. Hodges walks out and then goes over to Adam. He looks at him before turning away and kicking Syren in the ribs.

Sharper: “Hodges and Allocco having another brief meeting, but that’s all.”

Knots: “And Asher going right for Sienna. Just laser focused on her! I love it!”

Asher keeps working on Sienna as the countdown clock returns again. Jordan starts to lift Anillo up.

“We’re All Mad Here” by Marquis of Vaudeville and the crowd roars. A few moments pass before Giovanni Aries walks out from the back. He looks at the ring and starts to count. Peyton Rice then and Kelsai both get another good shot in on Xander as they back up to wait. Shilo briefly looks before forearming Selena. Giovanni then starts to walk down to the ring.

Sharper: “The Master of Wonderland. Giovanni Aries is in and a few people are already waiting for him.”

Knots: “Not like he’s a popular man. Especially after what’s he done, ruining matches and targeting Owen Cruze now!”

Giovanni Aries reaches the ring and pulls himself onto the apron. Sienna keeps fighting with Asher as Giovanni steps into the ropes and then quickly has to deal with both Peyton and Kelsai who come in and kick him in the ribs. The crowd roars as the two start to hammer away on Giovanni in the back of the head. They then go to whip him across. Giovanni bounces off and Kelsai and Peyton try a double clothesline. Giovanni slides underneath and gets up and shoves both forward. This is right into Adam Allocco who stops Peyton. Peyton pushes away from him but only into Hodges who catches her and hits an exploder suplex. The crowd ohs. Kelsai then starts to be taken up by Adam as Giovanni turns to see Shilo walking out and extending a hand. Giovanni looks at it as the crowd erupts in cheers. Shilo and Giovanni look at one another.

Sharper: “Giovanni Aries getting out of situation but now is face to face with Shilo Valiant!”

Knots: “Respect from Valiant?”

Valiant and Aries look at one another and Aries looks at the hand before smacking it away. Shilo spins through for a spinning back fist. Aries ducks and then goes to grab him, but Shilo slides out and backs up to the ropes. He then nails Giovanni with a forearm before Giovanni falls back to the ropes and stumbles forward and hits a Mongolian Chop. Shilo then goes to nail him, but Aries kicks him in the ribs, double underhooks him and hits the Bad Trip. Aries gets up as Syren then runs over and clubs him in the back and then again. Sienna gets free from Asher and drops down to take a moment as Gold the gets up and nails Xander with a forearm. Xander forearms him back and Gold hits a basement dropkick. Anillo nearly goes over, but shoves Jordan back. Jordan steadies herself before Asher walks over and grabs her and goes to throw her up and over. The crowd roars. Anillo re-enters as Syren then grabs Giovanni, moving him to the ropes. She starts to lift her up as Giovanni laughs a bit.

Sharper: “Jordan in trouble as Asher Hayes is trying to eliminate her.”

Knots: “And they get along. No friends in this one!”

Kelsai nearly goes up and over as Adam gets her over, but she holds on, nearly upside down as Adam keeps trying. The countdown clock returns.

“Eyes Like Fire” by Collision of Innocence plays and the crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Last year’s winner, Alistaire Allocco, is next, at number twenty-four!”

Knots: “And look at Adam! His father!”

Adam turns away from Kelsai as Kelsai rolls back in and Alistaire Allocco heads to the ring, his eyes turning to Peyton. Adam heads to the ring as Adam turns to Hodges who is trying to eliminate Peyton. Adam then clubs Hodges in the back and then the back of the knee. Hodges crumples before Adam turns back, thumbs up as Alistaire slides in. Adam walks forward and goes to hug his son as Alistaire just remains, hands on hips. He then looks down as Adam starts to go to Hodges, but Alistaire grabs his father’s arm and Adam stops. Adam looks around before Alistaire turns and pulls him in and then steps back and belly to belly suplexes him over the top rope to the floor! The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Say goodbye father!”

Knots: “Alistaire just tossed his father over! Last year, they were celebrating together.”

Sharper: “What a difference a year makes!”

Alistaire then heads over to Peyton and starts to help her up. Peyton nods as Anillo runs over and starts to help Giovanni. Hodges remains down, holding his knee a bit as Kelsai re-enters. Xander shoves Gold down and Xander runs across to nail Peyton and Kelsai, but they duck. Xander hits the ropes and turns and Alistaire hits an exploder suplex onto him. The crowd cheers. Shilo rolls to the ropes as Giovanni elbows Syren and then Anillo. Anillo stumbles back and Selena runs out and grabs Anillo and throws him over the top rope to the floor. The crowd roars, while some boo. Sienna then runs over to Selena and goes to throw her out. The crowd roars as she struggles. Selena goes up and over, landing on the apron. Giovanni then runs over and clotheslines Sienna. Sienna nearly goes up and over, but she ends up on the apron. Selena and Sienna roll back in as Giovanni turns and Kelsai hits a dropkick. Peyton and Alistaire then grab Giovanni and drag him up and whip him into the ropes. Alistaire then catches him and hits an exploder suplex as Peyton jumps to the middle rope and hits a lionsault. The crowd roars. Peyton looks over to Alistaire as Adam looks in the ring, incensed.

Sharper: “Giovanni Aries taken down by Alistaire and Rice!”

Knots: “This group working to stand up to him. And others.”

Kelsai then turns and moves over to Asher, who has given up with Jordan, who suddenly nails her in the ribs. He grabs her and whips her toward the corner where Jay is, but Jay lowers his head and then back drops her over. The crowd ohs and boos. Kelsai rolls over. Gold winces and turns and looks a bit disappointed before turning back. Jordan starts to get up as Shilo pulls himself up. The countdown clock returns.

The buzzer goes but “Fake It” starts to play. The crowd boos loudly. Shilo turns and smirks before turning back and chopping Alistaire in the jaw. He nails Peyton with a forearm and then kicks Alistaire in the jaw.

Sharper: “Ridley Ellis supposed to enter at number twenty five. That’s obviously not happening.”

Knots: “Not after earlier and that’s probably for the best!”

Shilo then grabs Alistaire and starts to drag him over as Selena and Sienna can be seen kicking at one another. Peyton starts to head over to Shilo and Alistaire, only for Syren to knock her down. Asher starts to go for Swann, but Gold cuts him off. Xander watches this all before turning and going over to Majors. Majors looks up as Xander grabs her and goes to pull her up, but she hits a knee to the face. Xander stumbles back. Majors then runs at him and hits a running dropkick. Xander falls to the corner. Shilo keeps trying to get Alistaire up and over, but Alistaire hooks the ropes. Shilo keeps trying as Giovanni rolls over. Syren then runs over and nails Shilo and Alistaire from behind. They go up and over and hold on. Alistaire then elbows Shilo and Alistaire rolls back in before Syren backs up and runs at Shilo and nails him in the side, knocking him off and eliminating him. The crowd boos. Syren looks at him and smirks. Majors turns to Sienna before going to grab her. The crowd roars, but Giovanni then grabs Majors and back suplexes her back. Giovanni gets up and Syren forearms her. Peyton starts to stir as she goes over and attacks Syren.

Sharper: “And just chaos again. Shilo Valiant eliminated in that by Syren!”

Knots: “Selena and Sienna have been going at one another for a while, but Sienna now…wait a minute…going for Syren too!”

Sienna heads over and joins Peyton and attacking Syren. Peyton and Sienna both attack Syren dropping her down to the ropes as Giovanni then looks at both before joining in. The crowd cheers some, but boos as well for Sienna Swann. Selena re-enters as Xander grabs her. The crowd cheers. Selena breaks the hold and kicks him in the leg and then again and again before running into the ropes. She bounces off, but Xander hits a tilt-a-whirl slam. The crowd ohs. Xander rolls over as Alistaire then walks over and grabs Xander. He starts to lift him up as Hodges continues to favour his leg in the corner. Jordan Majors starts to get up. Syren starts to be lifted up over the corner as she reaches around for anything. Aries suddenly elbows Peyton in the ribs. Peyton stumbles back as Giovanni nails her in the ribs again. Sienna keeps working on Syren.

Sharper: “Giovanni turning on Peyton in that brief alliance. Now trying to work on her. As Sienna Swann is trying to end Syren’s hopes.”

Knots: “And look at Hodges. Majors. They’re being smart. Taking your time. Don’t rush in if you don’t have to.”

Sharper: “Hodges could be hurt. He’s been rubbing his knee since Adam struck it and he’s not be exactly up to going for Alistaire as Alistaire had hoped.”

Knots: “That’s because Alistaire is trying to get rid of the executioner!”

The countdown clock returns.

“H” by Tool plays and the crowd roars as Josh Hudson walks out from the back. He takes off his hoodie and throws it behind him before jogging down to the ring.

Sharper: “The former World Champion, Josh Hudson in at number twenty-six. And there’s a lot of history with him and many in that ring.”

Knots: “Sienna Swann is one! Syren another! May go for a double elimination. Gold, Valentine…oh boy.”

Hudson runs to the ring and slides in. Sienna pushes off on Syren and turns to Hudson. She glares at him before Hudson grabs her and takes her over with a belly to belly suplex. Syren rolls back in and she turns into Hudson who hits another belly to belly suplex. Hudson clotheslines Aries and then scoops Peyton up and hits a sidewalk slam. Xander goes up and over, but drops down as Hudson runs over and grabs Gold and throws him back with a release German. Hudson gets up and Asher turns and grabs him from behind, but Hudson spins around and then throws him back with a back suplex into the corner. Hudson then steps up as Alistaire turns over to Hudson and the two look at one another. Majors looks on and Hudson glances at her, winking at her before turning back to Alistaire.

Sharper: “Hudson has dropped everyone. Alistaire Allocco now up.”

Knots: “A wink for Majors. They were business partners outside of SCW.”

Sharper: “And it may not just be Alistaire and Hudson. Matt Hodges getting up.”

Hodges steps forward as Alistaire looks at Hodges then Hudson. Hodges looks at Hudson and then Alistaire. Hudson looks at both too. They then lunge and lock up in a three way lock up in the middle of the ring. The crowd roars. Hudson and Alistaire shove Hodges back. He falls to the ropes as Alistaire turns and goes for a fireman’s carry. Hudson rolls through. Alistaire gets up and Hodges spins around him into a waistlock. He takes Alistaire down by the legs. As Hodges spins through into a side headlock, Hudson rolls over and grabs Hodges, rolling through into a waistlock and then pulling him up. Hodges spins through into a waistlock of his own and Alistaire walks over and grabs Hudson’s arm and wrenches it and pulls him out and off before pulling him back into Hodges, who spins around him and hits a Greco-Roman takedown. Hodges gets up and Alistaire spins into a hammerlock. Hodges reaches down and goes to pull Alistaire down. He shoves Hodges forward. Hodges limps into the ropes and Hodges runs into Hudson and Allocco who hit a dual snap belly to belly. Hodges rolls over and Alistaire turns as Hudson then lifts Alistaire onto his back for the Big Fat Kill. The crowd roars. Alistaire spins out to his feet and pulls Hudson into for an Exploder. Hudson blocks it before Syren and Xander run over and Xander nails Hudson in the back as Syren nails Alistaire. The crowd boos.

Sharper: “And back and forth. An amazing sequence as all three who have proven themselves as technical marvels trying to outdo one another.”

Knots: “And we may have had an ultimate winner, but Syren and Xander breaking up.”

The sound of a Hellcat scratching through the screen is heard as the crowd roars with cheers. “Who’s Next” by Porcelain Black begins to play before Regan Street steps out and runs down to the ring. Selena starts to pull herself up as Syren tries to get Alistaire up and Xander clubs Hudson in the back repeatedly.

Sharper: “Regan Street now in and everyone better be on notice. She has made clear he desire to knock off two things from her list. The Tag Titles and the main event of Rise to Greatness!”

Knots: “She’s got a full field. Let’s go!”

Regan Street runs down to the ring and slides in and Regan sees Selena pushing up and they run right for Syren. Syren yells out and Selena spins her around and hits a superkick. She turns right into Regan Street who grabs her and hits the CATnap. The crowd roars. Syren rolls over. Selena then turns and Giovanni kicks her in the ribs and nails Regan with a hard forearm. Giovanni turns and runs at Selena catches a clothesline before wrenching out and hitting the Paydirt. Giovanni stumbles back into a Regan Street Love Tap. The crowd roars. Xander then knees Hudson in the ribs and whips him out. Regan and Selena lift him up and hit a double flapjack. Xander then steps out. Selena and Regan look at him. Selena then steps up, but Xander shoves Selena back and turns to Regan. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Xander and Regan face to face and this has been a story to watch. Xander wants to muscle in to be Regan’s partner to go after the Connection.”

Knots: “He literally shoved Selena out of the way!”

Xander and Regan look at one another before Selena gets up and runs over and nails Xander with a hard right. Xander stumbles back and Regan goes to swing to nail Xander, but as she does, Asher Hayes grabs her arm and spins her around and kicks her in the ribs. Asher then grabs her and goes to throw her out of the ring. The crowd roars as Selena hammers away on Xander. Regan holds onto the ropes and nearly goes up and over, but hooks the top rope and falls back down. Asher turns and kicks her in the ribs and then again. Sienna starts to get up and turns to Peyton and grabs her and runs her into the corner. Jordan gets up and starts to head for Sienna, but again, she’s stopped by Gold, who clubs her in the back. He runs her into the corner. Selena gets a few more shots in as the crowd looks on. Selena tries to eliminate Xander and Gold kicks Jordan in the ribs and then again before seeing Xander and starts to head over to Selena and Xander and helping Selena eliminate Xander. Regan takes a few more shots from Asher before blocking a third and then Regan hits a dragon screw. Peyton struggles with Sienna as Majors holds her ribs. Alistaire then starts to head to her and kicks her in the ribs. Hodges remains down as does Syren.

Sharper: “Xander now in trouble as Gold and Frost look to get him out.”

Knots: “Hayes is questioning his life choices. Peyton in trouble too and Alistaire hasn’t noticed.”

Sharper: “Fatigue definitely playing a role for some. Majors is getting close to one hour. Xander over forty-five minutes.”

The countdown clock returns.

“G.O.A.T.” by CFO$ featuring Will Roush plays and Sienna perks up. Blake Mason steps out from the back and looks at the ring. Sienna Swann smiles, motioning for Blake Mason to come at her. Blake starts to head to the ring and takes a deep breath before running down. He slides into the ring and Sienna goes for a clothesline. Blake ducks and spins around and forearms her in the jaw. Blake forearms her again and again before pushing her into the ropes and whipping her across. Sienna bounces off and Blake hits a dropkick. Sienna holds her face and starts to get up, but as he does, we then see Hudson starting to get up. Blake turns to Sienna.

Blake: “This the fight you want now?”

Sienna: “Fuck you!”

Sienna lunges and forearms him in the jaw and then again. Blake knees her in the ribs.

Sharper: “Sienna Swann going right for Blake Mason. We knew this could happen.”

Knots: “Bandaid ripped right off. No contract in the way here!”

Blake then whips her into the ropes and Sienna jumps up and Blake powerslams her. Blake then gets up and turns away from Sienna before walking right into Hudson who stands up. Blake and Hudson look at one another and shrug before Sienna gets up and Hudson just steps over and forearms her down. Hudson then turns to Blake as Xander nearly goes up and over. Hudson and Mason lock up as Peyton walks over and goes to Syren. She starts to lift her up as Regan heads over and joins Syren. The two start to try and lift Syren up. She fights a bit as Asher winces. He starts to get up and Hodges moves to him and starts to work on him. Jordan fights off against Alistaire. Mason starts to try and lift Hudson up. Sienna starts to get up, annoyed as she turns and Jordan shoves Alistaire back before running at Sienna. Sienna turns as Jordan takes her down with a Lou Thesz Press. The crowd erupts in cheers. Jordan gets a few more shots in.

Sharper: “Majors finally got Sienna! Finally!”

Knots: “She wasn’t going to get stopped this time and Majors is teeing off on Swann!”

Majors gets shot after shots in as Xander gets back intro the ring. Gold grabs him and Xander elbows him in the ribs and then again before booting him in the face. Selena turns and nails him over and over and jumps to the middle rope before diving back. Xander drops down and Selena dives back, catching Alistaire in the face as he walks out. Selena rolls over and Xander boots her in the face before falling back to the ropes. Syren fights off on Peyton and Regan and drops down. Peyton moves to her as Regan staggers back. She then sees Xander. Xander looks at her and Regan then runs over and nails Xander with a hard right. The crowd roars. Xander fights back. Sienna keeps covering up.

Sharper: “Majors and Swann! Hudson and Mason! Regan and Xander!”

Knots: “Personal or professional wars all over!”

The countdown clock returns.

“Baby Got Back (Remix)” by Sir Mix-A-Lot plays as Regan glances up to the entrance way and takes a shot from Xander. Xander then steps forward and Regan kicks him in the knee and nails him with two hard right hands, rocking him. Regan turns as Kandis starts to head down to the ring. She smirks as she heads to the ring.

Sharper: “Kandis in at number twenty-nine and Regan Street with two hard shots to Xander.”

Knots: “Putting that fight on pause for a moment. God!”

Majors is pushes off of Sienna as Sienna moves to the corner. Jordan steps over to go after her as Gold runs over and grabs Jordan and tries to eliminate her. She goes up and over and ends up on the apron and then rolls back in. Hudson fights off Mason as Hodges keeps trying to get Asher up. Asher however elbows his way out as Sienna moves to the ropes. Syren and Peyton keep battling. Selena stirs as Regan starts to tell Kandis to get into the ring. Kandis reaches ringside and stops and then starts to walk around the ring. Regan follows her before Giovanni Aries recovers and runs over and grabs Regan and throws her up and over the top rope to the floor. Kandis then rolls into the ring and backs off. Regan rolls over as the crowd boos loudly.

Sharper: “Oh come on! Giovanni Aries, who was waiting for a moment to strike did and got rid of Regan Street!”

Knots: “Focused too much on Kandis, knowing she’d try something. Her dream of main eventing Rise to Greatness has to wait again!”

Regan looks up and slowly gets up and Kandis mocks her as Giovanni smirks and turns only for Asher to kick him. Kandis mockingly tells Regan to kiss her ass but then we see Selena jumping to the far ropes. Kandis turns only to walk right into the Defying Gravity and Kandis stumbles back and goes up and over the top rope to the floor. The crowd erupts in cheers.

Sharper: “And Selena Frost there for her best friend, the woman she calls her sister.”

Knots: “And she made sure the second half of the tag team champions is gone!”

Regan just gets up and looks at her as an official tells Regan to get back. Regan looks up and glances at Selena who nods before Regan turns to Giovanni. Selena then turns and joins Asher and goes after Giovanni. Asher however takes this opportunity to move away from them and goes over to Gold. Gold however grabs him and tries for the Golden Moment. The crowd roars. Hayes blocks it. He pushes Gold forward before pulling him back in and setting up for the Dust to Dust. Gold shoves him back, but this leads Jordan Majors to then jump up and hit Gold with the Cash Out as Asher Hayes is nailed by Sienna Swann who hits the Kiss of an Angel. Both hit the mat, but Majors manages to get Gold back up as Swann does the same to Hayes and they each eliminate the other.

Sharper: “Swann takes out Hayes! Gold out by Majors!”

Knots: “And now back to one another!”

Majors and Swann then turn and both nail one another. They start to trade blows again as the crowd cheers. Syren walks along the apron as Giovanni chuckles as Selena tries to eliminate him. Xander steps out and Hudson, free from Blake, goes over to him. Hudson and Xander trades blows as Peyton goes to Hodges and Syren goes for Blake. Alistaire stirs at ringside as Peyton chops Hodges. Syren rakes the eyes of Blake as the countdown clock returns.

“Who Knew” by Lil Dicky plays as Beard jogs out. He looks at Regan. Regan and him share a look. Beard gulps and Regan just points to the ring. She then heads to the back as Beard runs past Kandis, glancing at her briefly before running to the ring. He slides in.

Sharper: “Number thirty is Beard and this means, Jordan Majors has been in there for an hour.”

Knots: “Finding another wind to battle with Swann. But Swann is winning!”

Sharper: “The Ironangel fresher, but Majors showing she’s an Ironwoman herself!”

Sienna starts to win, nailing Jordan with repeated forearms to the jaw. Beard gets up and runs over and nails Syren in the back before turning and nailing Peyton in the back. He spins around and runs into the ropes before nailing Giovanni from behind. Giovanni falls over as Selena drops down and falls back to the ropes. Beard looks around and seeS Hudson and Xander trading blows. Beard then runs into the ropes, bouncing off and running at them and jumping up, nailing both with a double clothesline. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Repeated shots by Sienna as Beard takes down Xander and Hudson!”

Knots: “I never thought the second half of that sentence would ever be said!”

Sharper: “We may be saying Sienna is about to eliminate Jordan Majors!”

Sienna lifts Jordan up at the ropes as Giovanni turns and Selena kicks him in the ribs and then forearms him. Peyton is knocked down by a hard forearm shot from Hodges before Alistaire gets up and grabs at Hodges, forcing him back into the corner. Alistaire starts to lift him up as Hodges reaches around. Beard then turns and runs over and grabs Sienna. The crowd roars. Sienna turns around and swings wildly, annoyed, but Beard ducks and then pokes Sienna in the eye. The crowd cheers. Beard then jumps up and hits a dropkick. Beard looks around as the crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Beard just saved Jordan! And then dropkicked Sienna.”

Knots: “Well no one said it’s a smart move, but it’s a ballsy one.”

Syren runs across and nails Selena in the back. Selena falls over and Syren kicks her in the ribs over and over before choking her. Blake turns and walks over to Josh and drags him up before placing him on the ropes. He tries to get him up as Xander stirs and the countdown clock returns.

“Prometheus” by Audio Machine plays as the crowd erupts in boos. Chris Cannon steps out from the back and looks at the ring before running down.

Sharper: “Oh boy…and now, Sienna Swann has her ally. Chris Cannon, her husband, they’re now in there together!”

Knots: “And he’s got all the motivation. People better be ready. Heads are going to roll!”

Syren continues to choke Selena as Xander gets up as Blake stops with Josh and Chris enters the ring as Beard runs at him, but Chris sidesteps and throws him over the ropes. He then runs along the ropes as Beard holds on and as Beard gets up on the apron, Chris drills him with a vicious clothesline, causing Beard to land awkwardly on the apron before falling to the ground. Chris then turns and Syren steps out only for Chris to hit her with the C4. Syren rolls over and to the ropes. Chris turns and walks over to Sienna who starts to get up and Blake runs over to Chris and nails him with a hard right and then another and another. Sienna then cuffs him with a shot. Blake falls to a knee and Sienna then clubs Blake over and over. Chris steps up and Jordan runs out of the corner, but Chris hoists her up in a counter and throws her into Hudson who steps up. Both go down.

Sharper: “Chris Cannon launching Jordan Majors who tried to help Blake!”

Knots: “This could be bad! Chris coming in with a purpose. And there are rumours that his contact ends tonight.”

Sharper: “I’ve heard those same rumours!”

Chris Cannon then kicks Blake as Sienna smiles, almost hysterically as Chris places Blake’s head between his legs. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Chris is going for a piledriver! He’s going to try and end Blake’s career here!”

Knots: “With a big difference! Sienna is helping!”

Chris goes to lift Blake up, but just then, Peyton Rice and Alistaire Allocco run over. Peyton knocks Sienna down as Alistaire clubs Chris in the back. He drops Blake. Blake rolls over. Alistaire shoulders Chris in the jaw over and over as Peyton shoves Sienna into the corner. Selena moves out of the way as Xander Valentine starts to get up. He boots Hodges for good measure as he walks around the ring. Hudson and Majors stirs as Giovanni Aries runs over and boots Hudson in the face and then catches Majors with one. He grabs Majors and lifts her up before spinning her to the floor, sending her through the ropes. Aries then turns and grabs Hudson and pulls him up, shouldering him over and over. Alistaire tries to get Chris up as Peyton chops Sienna again. The crowd woos. Peyton chops her again as Chris rakes the eyes of Alistaire. Alistaire staggers back and Chris spears him down. Peyton then turns and goes to nail Chris as the countdown clock returns.

“The Show Must Go On (SCW/Maserati Remix)” plays. The crowd cheers loudly as Owen Cruze steps out from the back. He runs to the ring as Chris knees Peyton in the ribs. He then turns and runs and throws her over the top rope. She spins through and lands on the apron. Chris turns and runs at Peyton and forearms him, but Owen Cruze runs over as Peyton falls back and Owen catches her. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Chris Cannon tried to eliminate Peyton Rice, but number twenty two, Owen Cruze, caught her!”

Knots: “Talk about timing!”

Owen carries her over to the steps and places her up on them. Peyton smirks and she steps up as Owen hops onto the apron. Chris just looks at them as Sienna does too and Peyton and Owen then both springboard to the top rope. They jump forward. Sienna and Chris step forward to dodge and Owen and Peyton run into the ropes, bounce off and both spin through, hitting stereo tornado DDTs. The crowd cheers. Owen gets up and Giovanni, who was working on Hudson, runs over and tackles Owen down. Owen rolls through and gets a few shots in as Giovanni rolls over and gets a few on him before starting to choke him. Peyton runs over and boots Giovanni in the head. Giovanni falls over, Peyton saving him.

Sharper: “Giovanni going after Owen! But now Peyton saving him just like Owen saved-“

Knots: “Look out!”

Xander Valentine runs up behind Peyton and grabs her, throwing her over the top rope to the floor. The crowd boos loudly.

Sharper: “Ah damn! Peyton Rice, who entered in at number eight, had been in there for over forty-five minutes. Eliminated by another Ironman-“

Knots: “Look! Look! They’re going after Xander now!”

Hudson and Mason run over and grab Xander. Selena too. They all run over and start to push him over. Majors heads over too, re-entering the ring, as Owen and Giovanni get up. Owen turns to Giovanni and Giovanni fires back. They trade blows as the focus remains on Xander as he goes up and tilts over before spinning through to the floor. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “It took four, but it got it done! Xander Valentine is gone!”

Xander looks up and looks around and smacks the apron. Selena looks at him before we then see Majors turn to Hudson and try to eliminate him. Mason turns to Selena as the crowd cheers. Selena and Hudson struggle. Aries knees Owen in the ribs before running across the ring. He bounces off and Owen suddenly runs at him. Aries ducks and Owen jumps to the middle rope, twisting through and landing on Giovanni’s shoulders and snapping him off with a frankensteiner. Owen then turns and runs to the ropes and he jumps to the middle rope, but Hodges then runs over and shoves him. He flips over to the apron. The crowd roars. Hodges backs up and then runs at Owen and drills him with a shove. Owen jumps backs and lands on the barricade. The crowd roars as Owen kicks his legs before rolling onto the barricade. He looks around. The countdown clock returns. Hodges grimaces as he turns around and Chris gets up and nails him with a hard right.

Sharper: “I don’t believe it! Owen Cruze still in!”

Knots: “Hodges nailed him, but Owen jumped, took the added momentum, and landed on the barricade!”

Sharper: “Unbelievable!”

Owen straddles the barricade as “Scarlet” by In This Moment plays and we see Void storm out from the back. She glares at the ring with pure malice in her eyes. The crowd boos as Void heads to the ring, Angel a few strides behind. She stops at the end of the entrance way as Void enters the ring. Owen starts to move on the barricade as Scarlet gets up and runs over and just blasts Void with a hard forearm to the throat. She turns and runs over and spins Majors around and pulls her into a vicious short-arm clothesline.

Sharper: “It’s not Scarlet Grey! It’s Void! And Void is an absolute monster.”

Knots: “If they were happy Xander was gone, they’ve got a new problem!”

Void turns and elbows Hudson in the back. Void then runs at Mason and shoulders him in the back. Mason falls to a knee. She then grabs Selena as she drops down and headbutts her. Void spins around and Sienna starts to get up and dropkicks her down. She runs over and boots Giovanni in the face. Giovanni rolls over. She then turns to Cannon as forearms her, knocking him back, stunning him with the shot before she spins around to Allocco who grabs her and hits a belly to belly suplex. Alistaire winces and gets up and grabs at Void who reaches up and starts to thrash. Allocco tries to grab at her as we see Owen starting to slide around the barricade. Allocco then pulls her up, but Scarlet rakes his eyes. Allocco stumbles back and Void turns and Hudson suddenly hoists her up onto his shoulders and spins her out with the Big Fat Kill. Void lands on the floor as the crowd roars. Hudson the back and takes a sigh of relieve before turning around and Chris attacks him.

Sharper: “Hudson gets Void out! The Big Fat Kill and Void eliminated.”

Knots: “She’s not done. But look at her handler, Angel, coming over and trying to control her.”

Void heads over as she thrashes at officials and Angel motions to her. Void calms down before storming toward Angel and past her and quickly heading to the back. Chris Cannon knees Hudson and runs him over to the corner. He then spins around and sees Blake as Blake gets up. Chris then runs over and nails him with a hard right. Blake fires back with one of his own. The crowd roars. Owen meanwhile gets up on the barricade and takes a couple of steps before jumping to the steel steps. The crowd roars and Owen runs over to the ring and springboards to the top rope and then hits a flip dive onto Selena Frost, Jordan Majors and Matt Hodges. The crowd roars. Owen rolls through and then turns and looks at Allocco. Allocco nods and Owen nods and Owen runs at him and tries to eliminate him. Aries starts to get up and sees Allocco and Owen fighting. He smirks as he runs over and tries to work on Owen, lifting him up. The crowd roars. Allocco and Owen hold onto the ropes for dear life.

Sharper: “Owen with a big return, but he left himself open!”

Knots: “Giovanni Aries being the thorn in his side! He smirked seeing Owen and Alistaire going at it!”

Blake and Chris continue to trade blows before Chris swings and Blake hoists him up. The crowd erupts in cheers as Blake hits the BME. The crowd cheers. Blake stumbles back and looks at him. He then turns as Sienna Swann spears him back into the corner. She rears back and spears him in the ribs and then again and again. The crowd boos loudly. Alistaire and Owen get to the apron as Giovanni then grabs at Owen and tries to push at him. Selena crawls up as Matt Hodges rolls over. Syren then gets up from the ropes, where she had been biding her time and runs over to the group that forming. Selena tries to get Giovanni up and over, but Syren comes up behind her and lifts her up. They go up and over and both hanging from the ropes. Alistaire and Owen slide away as Giovanni and Selena hang and Selena kicks Giovanni. Giovanni kicks Selena. The countdown clock returns as Syren stomps Alistaire and then Owen and then kicks Selena and then Giovanni. Giovanni slides off, but sits on the apron and rolls back in. Selena does too. Syren lets out an annoyed yell before stomping Selena over and over and then turning to Giovanni. She turns as Jordan Majors then goes for the Cash Out. Syren shoves her off. She runs forward and Matt lifts her up for a back drop. Majors spins through and lands on the apron before diving back in. The crowd ohs.

“Legacy” by Motionless plays as the crowd cheers as Thirteen steps out from the back. He looks down at the ring and then takes a deep breath before heading down. Hudson runs over and grabs Sienna and pulls her away from Blake. Sienna blasts him with a forearm shot and Hudson turns before dropping down and taking her down with a fireman’s carry. She spins through and gets up and Hudson lifts her up onto his shoulders. She elbows out.

Sharper: “Number thirty-four is a different number! It’s Thirteen!”

Knots: “And Thirteen has a lot of history with people in that ring.”

Sharper: “Looks like Sienna Swann is going to have some problems with Hudson though.”

Hudson keeps trying and spins her to the apron, but Sienna holds on. She forearms him in the jaw and then again as Thirteen slides into the ring. Syren immediately runs at him and forearms him in the jaw over and over and over again. Thirteen shoves Syren back and she bounces off the ropes and Thirteen hits a powerslam. He gets up and kicks Hodges in the ribs. He hits a vertical suplex.

Sharper: “Thirteen starting to throw people around.”

Knots: “Including Hodges.”

Sharper: “He’s been in there for over forty minutes. Talk about a test. That man has been through the ringer.”

Knots: “But he’s slowed down big.”

Alistaire and Owen re-enters as Jordan tries to work on Owen, but Owen turns and lifts her up. Alistaire steps out to Thirteen and grabs him, but Thirteen ducks under and hits a back suplex. Sienna meanwhile gets back in as Hudson tries to keep it up, but Sienna rakes his eyes and moves to a corner to take a moment. Thirteen then turns and sees Hudson and Hudson lunges and goes for a clothesline. Thirteen ducks. Hudson turns and Thirteen cuffs him with a European uppercut. This sends him back and Selena starts to try and eliminate him. Thirteen turns and sees Blake Mason in the corner. The two look at one another. Blake rubs his face as the crowd roars.

Sharper: “There are two men who have crossed paths as friends.”

Knots: “Blake Mason has history with everyone. That contract may be getting longer!”

Sharper: “Meanwhile, Sienna Swann has to be happy. While Jake Starr had some fun at her expense, Sienna getting a brief moment to recover. She’s been in trhere for nearly forty minutes. Selena at fifty.”

Knots: “Majors has had a birthday in there! But not much longer if Owen gets her out!”

Owen gets her over and Sienna sees this, running over and trying to force her out. Majors frantically holds onto whatever she can, her foot hooked on the ropes. Giovanni then clubs Owen in the back and then nails Sienna. Sienna stumbles up. Giovanni chops Owen as Majors rolls back in as the crowd cheers. We then see Blake and Thirteen start to trade blows. Thirteen then kicks him in the ribs. He steps in and goes for a double underhook. Blake spins out and pulls Thirteen in and kicks him in the ribs. He hooks his head and goes for a brainbuster. Thirteen knees Blake in the head. Blake steps back. Thirteen runs at him and Blake lowers his head. Thirteen goes up and over to the apron. Blake back up and then goes for a running right hand, but Thirteen grabs the arm and pulls it down. Blake grimaces, holding his arm. Thirteen holds n and pulls him over the top rope. Blake turns and manages to just land on the apron. Thirteen grabs him and Blake hits a hard right. Thirteen staggers back. Blake then lunges, but Thirteen spins through on the outside, grabs Blake and hits a snap German suplex on the apron. The crowd ohs and Blake hits and rolls to the floor. Thirteen takes a moment before rolling back into the ring. The countdown clock returns.

Sharper: “My God! Thirteen damn sure making sure Blake couldn’t save him!”

Knots: “Just snap German suplexed him on the apron. Blake may be out.”

Sienna then looks over and see Blake down and sees Thirteen getting in. Sienna steps over.

Sienna: “You eliminated him?! It was MY elimination! I was going to MY revenge!”

Thirteen looks at Sienna.

“Escribe Una Cancion” by DON plays as the crowd roars. El Lucho Grande steps out from the back, brandishing two coffees in his hand. He looks around and starts to jog down to the ring. In the ring, Sienna Swann then starts to forearm Thirteen over and over. Thirteen spins her into the corner and kicks her in the ribs and chops her. Sienna fires off with a forearm back and Thirteen chops her. Alistaire and Hodges stir as Majors slides away from Giovanni Aries who keeps working on Owen. Owen kicks his way out. Hudson goes up and over as Cannon starts to stir as does Syren. El Lucho Grande walks up the steel steps and along the apron before entering the ring.

Sharper: “El Lucho Grande? Lucas Knight reverting back?!”

Knots: “Guess so and he even has some coffee! A pick me up for a few people!”

El Lucho Grande looks around as Majors starts to get up and Grande hands her one of the cups of coffee. He then turns and clinks it with her. Majors looks at it before Grande takes a swig. Majors does and quickly coughs.

Majors: “Did you get this from catering?”

Grande’s shoulders dip.

Grande: “Si!”

Grande then turns and sees Syren. He dumps the coffee on her. Syren thrashes as the crowd roars. Majors smirks and does the same to Cannon. Cannon rolls over, annoyed. Grande just shrugs before Sienna runs up behind Grande and cuffs him in the back. Grande stumbles forward and we then see Syren running up behind him and grabbing him by the tights and throwing him into the ropes. Grande goes up and over and rolls to the floor. The crowd boos. Jordan then nails Sienna with a hard right as Sienna fires back.

Sharper: “Majors sharing a coffee with Grande-“

Knots: “It did revive her! And Cannon! And Syren!”

Syren then turns back and nails Majors from the side, just as they were getting going. Owen walks over to Selena and nails her with a shot as she staggers off from Hudson. Hudson steps over as Alistaire and Hodges then go after one another. Hodges tries to get Alistaire up, but his knee gives up a bit before he just focuses on pressuring Alistaire in the corner. Syren and Sienna then go at one another as the crowd erupts in cheers. Syren and Sienna trade back and forth before Syren starts to get the advantage, getting a few shots in. She gets Sienna to the ropes and fires her off. Syren steps up, but Chris then grabs Syren and hoists her up and hits a Lion’s Bite. Syren rolls over. Sienna stops and runs over to Thirteen. Thirteen then hoists her up. Sienna holds on, frantically trying to stay in. Cannon runs over and nails Thirteen from behind. Thirteen drops Sienna. The countdown clock returns.

Sharper: “More than ever, you need to keep your head on a swivel.”

Knots: “Still a lot of people in that ring. We’ve never had a big clean out moment. This is stunning how many people are holding on.”

CHBK then runs out from the back, taking off his dress shirt, and dress in a pair of dress jeans. He gets part way down before “This is How a Heart Breaks” plays. CHBK jogs down to the ring as the crowd gives a very mixed reaction.

Sharper: “CHBK?! The inaugural winner now entering.”

Knots: “Looks like a late decision. So who did Infamous screw over to figure this out!”

Sharper: “Out here in his street clothes. And CHBK clearly a backup plan of some sort.”

CHBK slides into the ring. He gets up and nails Sienna with a hard right and then kicks Cannon before seeing Owen as Owen turns around and CHBK lunges for a superkick. Owen however catches it. CHBK looks around, hopping. He then puts his hands up, begging with Owen only for Matt Hodges to run over and nail Owen with a hard right. CHBK stumbles off. Matt Hodges then turns and smirks before looking at CHBK. CHBK gets up and turns to him, only for Hodges to kicks him in the ribs and grab him and throw him over to the ropes. CHBK holds on and kicks his legs. Syren then gets up and runs over and chopblocks Hodges’ leg. Hodges goes down. The crowd ohs and boos. CHBK drops down again as Selena runs over and clotheslines CHBK up and over the top rope to the floor. The crowd erupts in cheers. CHBK rolls through.

Sharper: “CHBK didn’t last long!”

Knots: “He’s not been active in a long time. And Syren saved him, but Selena dumped him!”

Syren looks up and runs over and nails Selena with a series of forearm shots as Thirteen struggles with Cannon and Swann. Hudson then runs over and nails Cannon in the ribs. He forearms him. Swann stops with Thirteen and turns over to help Cannon. Majors starts to get up as Allocco walks out and grabs Owen and tries to eliminate him as Hudson takes shots by both Sienna and Cannon. Syren whips Selena across. Selena bounces off and Syren steps up and Selena hits a front dropkick. Syren falls back and nearly goes up and over. Hodges reaches up trying to push her. CHBK gets up and pushes her back into the ring. Syren stumbles back and walks right into a clothesline by Selena. Selena turns and Giovanni runs at her and just crosschops her in the jaw. Selena falls to the ropes. Giovanni then starts to try and eliminate her. CHBK reaches up as officials tell him to get away. They start to force him away as the crowd buzzes. Giovanni keeps trying as Cannon and Sienna have Hudson by the ropes and start to lift him up.

Sharper: “Hudson in trouble. Selena too. Selena eliminating CHBK, but now dealing with Giovanni.”

Knots: “Only good news there is Syren is down. So can’t be two on one.”

Thirteen steps out and runs over and clubs Cannon in the back. Cannon staggers back as the countdown clock returns. Sienna keeps working on Hudson and gets him over.

“Here I Go Again” by Whitesnake plays as the crowd gives a roar. Aubriana Powers smirks as she looks around and starts to head down to the ring.

Sharper: “The Most Valuable Powers! Aubriana Powers entering the Taking Hold of the Flame! SCW’s newest signing!”

Knots: “Thrown right into the deep end too!”

Aubrianna heads to the ring as Sienna gets Hudson to the apron. Hudson however fights back with a couple of shots. She staggers back and Aubrianna gets up and turns and hits the Most Valuable Kick. Hudson falls to the floor. The crowd boos. Aubrianna turns and runs across and nails Alistaire. Alistaire stumbles back and Owen drops down only to get a Most Valuable Kick of his own. He drops. Aubrianna looks around as Jordan runs at her, but she elbows her down. Sienna and Cannon go for Thirteen, but Thirteen forearms Cannon and then Sienna and then Cannon and then Sienna before running into the ropes. He bounces off and Sienna and Cannon shove him into the ropes. Aubrianna sees his and falls to the ropes, pulling the top rope down and Thirteen goes up and over the top rope to the floor. Aubrianna smiles and turns. She then marks in the air, as if checking something off, before turning back and dusting her hands. Sienna and Chris look at her before then lunging and kicking her in the ribs. The crowd gives a notable mix of emotions to this. Selena goes over and shoulders Aries, causing him to stagger back into Alistaire who grabs him and moves him to the ropes, trying to use his strength to get him over. Syren goes for Owen and starts to try and lift him up as Majors gets to the corner and Hodges tries to get her out.

Sharper: “Powers comes in and eliminates two. Two former World Champions!”

Knots: “Most Valuable Powers indeed!”

Sharper: “But Swann and Cannon not happy. I think they want to be tossing everyone over. They’re trying to take everyone out!”

Swann and Cannon then grab Powers and hit a double vertical suplex. Cannon turns as Selena then springboards to the top rope and dives forward, hitting Swann with a crossbody. She rolls through. Cannon runs over and chops Selena. Aries reaches around as Alistaire keeps trying to get him up. Owen grabs the ropes as Syren clubs him in the back. Selena covers up as Cannon shoulders her repeatedly and then tries to get her up. Aubrianna gets to the ropes as Majors kicks at Hodges.

Sharper: “Hodges and Majors going at it. Majros has been in for over an hour.”

Knots: “Maybe the new IronAngel?”

Sharper: “Don’t let Sienna hear you say that. Majors started this match.”

Knots: “Good news for her is that Hodges is trying to get her up and he’s been in there for nearly an hour too. His knee is bothering him though!”

Aubrianna looks around as Cannon tries to get Selena up and over. Aries clubs at Allocco and gets up. He then turns and pulls him in and hits a hip throw. Alistaire rolls over. Majors drops down and walks over and grabs at Sienna as the crowd cheers. The countdown clock continues.

Sharper: “Who is next? Only three more to enter!”

“All I Want” by a Day to Remember plays and the crowd erupts in cheers. David Helms walks out from the back and looks around at the crowd. He spins around to get a good look at the Jersey crowd before turning and heading to the ring. A “David!” chant breaks out.

Sharper: “David Helms! The hometown boy! And he’s in at thirty-eight!”

Knots: “It’s deafening in here!”

David Helms heads down to the ring as Powers turns and nails Cannon in the back. Cannon turns as Selena drops down. Cannon covers up as Power kicks him in the ribs. David slides in and Syren runs at David, but David ducks a clothesline only to then hit the Wake Up Call. Syren falls back as the crowd cheers. David gets up and Owen runs at him and David hits a back drop. Majors fights Sienna as David turns and goes over to Aries and kicks him in the ribs before hitting a DDT. He rolls over and runs over to Allocco as he gets up and clotheslines him over. Alistaire goes up and over, holding onto the ropes, kicking his legs before letting out a yell and pulling himself back up onto the apron. Jordan then looks back.

Jordan: “Dave!”

David turns and Jordan whips Sienna at David who lifts her up and Sienna goes up, landing across the ropes on the top turnbuckle. The crowd roars as David and Jordan look at each other and both run over and kick Sienna. Sienna hops up and lands crotched on the top rope.

Sharper: “Majors and Helms working together! They had a hell of a match on Breakdown!”

Knots: “The Ante Up connection too! Get Sienna out of there!”

Sienna looks at them as David then jumps to the middle rope and dives back with a back kick. Sienna falls back, but lands on the apron, just holding on. David gets up and Majors then grabs David and goes to run him across, but David spins through and sends Majors into the ropes. David smirks as Majors holds on. David however is much fresher and forces her up. Alistaire stirs as Owen runs over and grabs Powers and whips her across. Owen runs after and clotheslines her in the corner. He then runs into the ropes, bouncing off and hitting a bulldog. Cannon steps out and Owen nails him with the Morality. The crowd roars. Alistaire starts to get up as Owen looks around and goes over to him, pushing him back into the corner and climbing up, hammering on him.

Sharper: “Cannon dropped by the Morality. Something he knows nothing of!”

Knots: “Majors could be out! She tried to get Helms out! Helms saw it coming!”

Sharper: “You can see the fatigue though. A lot of people have been there for a while!”

Knots: “Thirty-nine is coming Sharper!”

“Whoa Is Me” by Down With Webster plays as Gavin Taylor walks out from the back, jawing at the camera. With him is Ava St. Claire, holding a cooler, and his security, A.S.S., one of whom holds a chair.

Taylor: “Time to add the Taking Hold of the Flame to my list of accomplishments. Look down!”

The camera pans down to show Taylor wearing the SCW Original Television Championship.

Taylor: “That’s right. Got my own TV Title because of who I am!”

Taylor runs down to the ring as Owen hammers away on Alistaire. Selena comes over to help Helms as Majors goes over. Aries grabs Powers and starts to work on her as Sienna rolls over. Syren starts to get up, leading Hodges over to her. Hodges tries to get her up as Taylor takes his title off and slides in.

Sharper: “Gavin Taylor in and good lord, another title.”

Knots: “We need to get him out of the damn archives! And why does he have an entourage!”

Sharper: “Looking to make an impact though!”

The entourage stays away from ringside, placing the chair down. Taylor then looks around before running over to Owen and quickly jumping up, getting grab height and dropkick Owen in the back of the head. Owen flips over and onto the apron. He holds on. Taylor then turns and frantically crawls over to Owen’s hand and hammers away on him, nailing him over and over before Owen gets up onto the apron. Taylor then jumps up and hits another dropkick. Owen falls back and jumps, landing on the Spanish announce table. The crowd roars. Owen smirks as he starts to get up. Gavin however slides to the floor, under the bottom rope. He runs over and grabs Owen and pulls his leg, causing him to lose what balance he had as he was getting up and pulling him to the floor. The crowd boos as Owen is eliminated. Gavin throws his arms in the air and starts to run around the ring, celebrating.

Sharper: “Taylor coming to the floor after Owen with another great athletic move to save himself!”

Knots: “Taylor came out and pulled him to the floor and now he’s acting like he won the whole thing!”

Sharper: “Owen is a favourite, no doubt. Not anymore…”

The camera follows Taylor as he runs around the ring and goes over to his entourage. He quickly turns and sits on the chair as one of his security members rubs his shoulders and St. Claire pulls out a power and bottle of water.

Sharper: “Give me a break. Is he going to do this after each one?”

Knots: “Well it is one way to keep the attention on him!”

Back in the ring, Majors has managed to get back in as Helms and Selena have started to team up and pull Aries away from Powers. Aries bounces off and Helms and Selena hit a double flapjack. Sienna then runs over and nails Helms in the back of the head. Helms falls over and Sienna stomps at him. Selena comes over to grab Sienna, but Powers kicks her. We cut back to see Taylor takes a deep breath as Owen walks around the ring and looks at him. Taylor quickly steps back as his security get into place. Owen shakes his head and heads to the back as the countdown clock returns.

“Sound of Madness” by Shinedown plays as the crowd cheers. Jake Starr then walks out from the back, holding a steel chair. Owen Cruze looks at him. He goes to grab the chair, but Starr jogs past him.

Sharper: “And number forty! Jake Starr!”

Knots: “He could win the pool still!”

Sharper: “Sienna is in there, but he’s got Chairee!”

Starr runs over to the cooldown position.

Starr: “Hey asshole! I have a chair too!”

He swings, as the A.S.S., St. Claire and Taylor all scatter. Starr hits the chair Taylor was sitting on before turning and running to the ring, following Gavin. Gavin enters the ring as Starr slides in too. He gets up and Sienna turns. Starr stops going after Gavin to nail Sienna in the ribs with the chair. Sienna goes down. The crowd cheers. Gavin grabs Powers and throws her into Starr. Starr swings and Powers gets her hands up, but this causes her to lose her balance, stumbling back. Majors runs over and grabs Powers, throwing her over the top rope. She tries to grab at the ropes, but can’t, dropping to the floor. Gavin then backs up and goes to the corner as Starr lifts the chair up.

Sharper: “Starr going after Gavin! Hits Sienna! Powers off balance and eliminated!”

Knots: “Majors took advantage. And now he’s coming for Taylor!”

Alistaire however blocks the chair. He grabs it and pulls it down, throwing it down. Starr turns to him.

Starr: “The hell man!”

Taylor then runs over and nails Starr with a hard right and then another. Starr fires back. Helms stirs as Selena walks over and goes to Aries who rakes her eyes. Syren then runs over and nails Selena in the side of the head. Alistaire starts to slide the chair out, kicking at it, but Cannon grabs Alistaire and spins him around. He knees him in the ribs as Hodges looks around and runs over and nails Aries in the back. Aries falls over. Majors goes over to them. Cannon runs Alistaire to the ropes, but Alistaire suddenly lifts him up and starts to get Cannon up. The crowd roars as Cannon reaches around. Starr grabs Taylor and runs him into the corner. He nails him with a couple of hard rights before Taylor thumbs his eyes. Helms gets up and walks over to help Alistaire with Cannon. Sienna however then sees the chair.

Sharper: “Everyone has now entered.”

Knots: “Everyone but Ridley Ellis. He won’t be joining us.”

Sharper: “But one of these individual will walk out with a title opportunity at Rise to Greatness!”

Knots: “Jake Starr’s pool may not be a success. Sienna’s in there. Cannon too. They have the advantage. Unless you can count Selena and Helms as a team?”

Alistaire keeps trying to get Cannon up with Helms helping. Cannon goes up and over as Syren hammers away on Selena. Hodges works on the arm of Aries on the top rope. Majors kicks at Aries. Taylor then grabs Starr and whips him across the ring. Starr bounces off and Taylor lifts him up and tries to back drop him. Starr spins through to the apron. Taylor turns and Starr hits a pump kick. Power just glares at the ring and storms to the back, annoyed. Starr enters the ring and grabs Taylor, trying to eliminate him as Sienna then grabs the chair and runs over and slams it into the back of Alistaire. Helms turns and Sienna swings, going for his head. Helms gets his hands up and he drops down. Cannon then pulls Alistaire over the top rope and dumps him to the floor. The crowd boos. Sienna backs up, looking at the chair as Cannon smiles and enters.

Sharper: “Last year’s winner now eliminated!”

Knots: “And Cannon and Swann may have just realized their key to winning everything! Starr’s chair!”

Syren is elbowed back by Selena and falls over. Giovanni grimaces before Hodges turns and forearms Majors in the jaw. Hodges then tries to lift her up. The crowd roars. Cannon re-enters as we see Helms down in the corner, blood trickling down his face. Sienna then turns and slams the chair into the back of Starr. Starr falls over to Taylor. Cannon and Sienna then both run over and grab Starr and Taylor and lift them up. The crowd roars and boos as they go up and over and fall to the floor, eliminated. Sienna just smirks before turning and seeing Majors in trouble. Sienan steps over and slams the chair into Hodges’ back. Hodges crumples. Majors falls over and lands to the apron.

Sharper: “Majors almost out!”

Knots: “Sienna tried to get both of them. Hodges and Majors have both put in over an hour!”

Sharper: “They’ve got so little left and Sienna knows. But now…now! Selena!”

Selena runs out and nails Cannon with a hard right and then hits a shoot kick to Sienna. Sienna stumbles back and then hits a back kick to Cannon. She frantically fights, striking both as the crowd cheers. Just then she turns to run into the ropes, presumably to jump for a Defying Gravity, but Syren nails her with a Bittersweet Ending. The crowd ohs and boos. She stumbles back and Aries runs across and grabs her and throws her over the top rope to the floor. The crowd boos loudly. Aries spins around and laughs.

Sharper: “Over an hour for Selena Frost! But Aries ends it just like that!”

Knots: “With assists from Syren!”

Syren then looks at Sienna and Cannon and Syren rushes to Sienna. She nails her with a couple of forearm shots as Aries grabs Cannon and clubs him over and over. The crowd roars. Aries then pulls Cannon down by the legs and he looks around. The crowd roars as Giovanni Aries starts to spin Cannon around and around with the Peyote Experience. Aries smiles as he closes his eyes. Cannon tries to grab at anything as Syren gets a few more shots in. Hodges at the ropes as Majors moves back in. Syren whips Sienna across and she bounces off. Syren clotheslines her down as Giovanni throws Cannon down. Giovanni cackles as he staggers around and Syren then runs over and grabs him and tries to eliminate him. Giovanni spins through and sends up on the apron. The crowd roars as Syren starts to attack her. Jordan looks at Swann as Swann starts to get up and Cannon crawls to the ropes. Hodges grabs at the ropes and pulls himself up, grimacing.

Sharper: “Syren trying to eliminate Aries!”

Knots: “Aries is in a bad place. Knock him out!”

Sienna stirs and Majors then runs over and kicks Cannon in the ribs and then again and again. Cannon rolls over. Aries hits a guillotine and Syren stumbles back. Giovanni remains seated on the apron and slowly rolls in. Just then, Majors grabs Cannon. She starts to lift him up. She tries to eliminate him, but Cannon elbows out of it. Jordan turns around and Sienna suddenly drills her with the Kiss of an Angel. Majors stumbles back and into the ropes. Sienna then runs over and clotheslines her over. The crowd boos loudly as Majors lands on the outside, eliminated.

Sharper: “Damn! From number one…”

Sienna: “I’m the only Ironwoman around here, bitch.”

Knots: “Jesus!”

Sharper: “Swann eliminating Majors. The Kiss of an Angel. And Majors couldn’t do anything to stop it!”

Sienna staggers back and Cannon starts to get up. The crowd boos loudly as they look around. Syren gets up and runs over and nails Sienna in the jaw and then again and again. Cannon runs over and clubs her in the back. Syren fights Sienna with repeated right hands as Cannon then grabs her and throws her back. Hodges runs out and nails Cannon with a hard right and then another. Syren goes to run back to Sienna, but Aries grabs her and pulls her back. He then locks in the Embrace of the Wonderland. The crowd roars. Syren reaches out. Sienna runs over and Helms suddenly gets up and hits a back elbow. Sienna stumbles back and Helms runs at Giovanni and Syren and jumps up with a hesitation dropkick. Syren and Aries fall back and Aries starts to go up and over. Helms gets up and runs over and pushes them up and over. Aries and Syren spill over the top rope and to the floor. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Syren and Aries are out. Helms eliminating both!”

Knots: “Look out!”

Sharper: “Sienna from behind though! Helms dropped!”

Helms falls over and then starts to get up, noticing the blood and turns around into a straight kick by Sienna. The crowd ohs and boos. Hodges nails Cannon a few more times before backing up, but just as he does, Cannon kicks his knee. Hodges yells out and Cannon grabs him and just throws him over the top rope, Hodges unable to stop it. Hodges spins through, landing on the floor, rolling to the barricade, clutching his knee. Cannon then steps back as Sienna stumbles forward. The crowd immediately starts to boo loudly and a loud “This is bullshit!” chant begins.

Sharper: “And Cannon going to the knee. Hodges just couldn’t defend anymore!”

Knots: “This crowd…they’re pissed!”

Sharper: “It’s their hometown hero against Cannon and Swann! One of these three are going to get the title shot.”

Knots: “Bree Lancaster waiting. We could have an all Beauty Factory main event!”

Sienna and Cannon look around as Helms starts to crawl to the ropes, holding his jaw. Breaking the “This is bullshit!” chants is a “David Helms!” chant. Sienna just smiles as Cannon does too. The two walk over and kiss one another as the boos only getting louder. Helms starts to pull himself up and Cannon and Swann then look at him and walk over to him and grab him. They pull him up, before suddenly Helms swats both back and backflips back, hitting both with the Wake Up Call. Swann and Cannon collapse. Helms looks around as the crowd erupts in cheers. A “Helms!” chant begins as Helms looks around.

Sharper: “Wake Up Call to both!”

Knots: “And this crowd has hope!”

He starts to get up. Just as he does, we then see Tommy Valentine bolting out from the back. A few feet behind him is Regan Street!

Sharper: “Look out! Tommy! Tommy Valentine is back out here!”

Knots: “With Regan right behind him! Regan Street right behind him!”

Tommy slides into the ring, officials trying to stop him, as David gets up and Tommy runs over and grabs him by the head, going for the Griever’s Bane. Boos resound. Regan enters the ring, though, and runs over and, tackling Tommy down and Tommy rolls over, Regan right behind him, both rolling to the floor. The crowd cheers. A loud “Regan!” chant begins. David looks around as Regan gets up. Officials grab at Tommy, pulling him away.

Sharper: “Regan Street stopping Tommy!”

Regan: “Win the fucker, Dave!”

Sharper: “And clearly supporting her husband. It’s one thing Helms has never done!”

Knots: “Regan’s cheering him on. But I don’t know if he heard her!”

David turns and grabs at Sienna. He pulls her up and runs her into the corner. The crowd cheers as a resounding “David Helms!” chant begins. David kicks her in the ribs and then grabs her and turns to throw her over the top rope. Chris looks at the mat and then to Sienna and David and runs over and nails David in the back of the head. The crowd boos. He clubs him again and then Helms elbows him in the jaw. Helms turns back to Sienna and Sienna elbows him too. Helms stumbles back and right into the C4 by Cannon. The crowd boos loudly. The boos continue as Regan is pulled away. Sienna looks at her and just smiles. Cannon stumbles around before they both grab Helms.

Sharper: “Damn it! Helms just speared by Cannon.”

Knots: “He’s taking on two of the elite. He just can’t. Can’t fight this.”

Helms is bent over in pain as Regan tries to stay at ringside, with a few officials trying to get her to the back. Tommy looks on in the entrance way. Cannon and Sienna then both throw Helms to the ropes. Helms stumbles into the ropes and up onto the top rope. Sienna steps forward to grab Helms, but Helms hooks his legs under her arms and backflips back over the top rope. Sienna goes up and over and spins through, landing on the floor. Helms ends up on the apron. The crowd erupts in cheers.

Sharper: “Swann’s out! Swann’s out!”

Knots: “Helms lured her in. It’s now just one. Just get Cannon out! Send him packing if this is his last match in SCW!”

Sharper: “Helms still fighting! He is the Last Shadow of Hope tonight!”

Helms holds on and Chris runs over and nails him with a hard right and then another. Helms continues to hold on as Swann gets up and goes over and grabs at the leg. Officials get her away. The crowd roars. Chris just hammers away over and over. Chris then backs up and runs into the far ropes. Helms suddenly springboards and dives forward with a flying forearm. The crowd erupts in cheers. Helms rolls over. Chris rolls over, holding his face. He starts to get up and staggers up to his feet. Helms grits his teeth and turns, forcing himself up and runs at Chris as Chris falls to the ropes and Helms nails him with a running clothesline. Cannon goes up and over the top rope to the floor, both feet hitting. The crowd erupts in cheers as Helms falls back into the middle of the ring.

Sharper: “He did it! Helms has won it!”

The bell sounds as Regan breaks away from the officials and slides into the ring. Helms starts to get up and Regan runs over, embracing her husband.

Phillips: “Here is your winner of the 2020 Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal, David Helms!”

The crowd cheers loudly as Sienna heads over to Chris. Chris just looks at the ring, seething as Sienna yells out. We cut then to see Tommy Valentine storming to her back. David Helms and Regan Street embrace in the ring.

Knots: “We thought there was no way…but he did it! He found a way!”

Sharper: “He returned from retirement of a Hall of Fame career. There were just two things he hadn’t done. Win Taking Hold of the Flame and main event Rise to Greatness. He’s just done the first. He’s owed the second. And he earned it in his home state nonetheless!”

David Helms gets up as Regan Street applauds him. David Helms looks around and pumps his fists in happiness. Sienna Swann turns and storms to the back as Chris Cannon looks at the ring once more before turning his back and heading to the back. David Helms then looks around, playing to the fans at each side before turning and seeing Regan. He motions for her to come in and David and Regan enjoy a kiss in the middle of the ring. Regan playfully pushes him away as David laughs. The crowd continues to cheer for David as David stands in the ring, his music playing in the background.

Sharper: “The Road to Rise to Greatness is here. What a night from Newark! David Helms has won the Taking Hold of the Flame. Good night everyone!”

The celebration continues as the scene fades to black…
