“Supreme Championship Wrestling...”

A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.

MAIN SHOW:

“Deathwish” by Red Sun Rising plays as we see a shot of Katie Steward celebrating in the ring before we cut to see MV trying to grab the World Championship from above the ring. This is followed by a shot of Jay Gold and Liana Lewis holding the SCW World Tag Team Championship and then showing Ace Marshall and Cassidy Carter at the End of the Year Special. We see CHBK and Trinity Street standing face to face before showing Syren and Jake Starr standing in the ring as Kelcey Wallace and Shaun Cruze look stunned. This is followed by showing Gable Winchester holding the Adrenaline Championship and then showing shots of Regan Street, Selena Frost, Konrad Raab, Ravyn Taylor, Chad Evans and Lexi von Aaron, Kayla Jones, Andrew Raynes and Sienna Swann before we see the SCW Trios Tournament logo come up on the screen.

We open inside the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as we see spotlights circle the arena as the crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Welcome everyone to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the 2018 Trios Tournament! Adam Sharper alongside Jonathan Knots and tonight, eight teams, randomly draw, will compete to earn contracts for any match of their choosing.”

Knots: “Winning team, each member gets a contract. That contract allows them to pick one match in the next year that they want. I could be anything. They could challenge for the World Championship. They could do something crazy. Who knows?!

Regan Street, Alexis Quinne & Torsten Voigt vs. Konrad Raab, Sophie James and David Callahan

Quarterfinals of the 2018 Trios Tournament

The arena goes dark. The sound of a Hellcat scratching through the screen is seen with a roar. Fireworks blast off the entrance as “Who's Next” by Porcelain Black plays throughout the arena. The beautiful and confident Regan Street, holding the SCW United States Championship, walks out in her cat suit and ensemble with her younger sister, Mikaela behind her.

Phillips: “The first match for tonight’s event is scheduled for onefall and has a thirty minute time limit. First, on their way to the ring, team one, first, accompanied by her sister Mikaela, she represents Past, Present, Future, from Malibu, California, she is the SCW United States Champion, The Hellcat, Regan Street!”

She stands at the entrance way looking out into the crowd as they shower her with boos. Regan turns to Mikaela, they both nod before she looks around at the crowd, rolls her eyes and then smirks walking to the ring determined for her next match and starts to make her way down to the ring followed by Mikaela. Regan starts to jaw jack to the crowd, sometimes yelling obscenities or simply ignoring them, staying fully focused inside the ring and her opponent as Mikaela laughs. Regan Street gets to the apron and hops up to the ring; she flips over the ropes back first to the boos and some cheers from the fans, Mikaela slides after her. Once inside the ring Regan goes to the corner, climbing it and posing in her own confident way as Mikaela claps before dropping down and walking to the middle of the ring where she takes off her entrance attire and nods to her sister, handing her the gear and the US Championship, and she makes her way to the corner while the Hellcat stands waiting to start her fight. Regan then cart wheels and ruffles her hair as she waits for the match to begin.

Sharper: “Opening round beginning here and right off the bat a tale of two teams. Team one, led by Regan Street, at least that’s what she’s saying on Twitter. Regna Street, the US Champion. And she’ll have her hands full.”

Knots: “Well she’ll have Torsten Voigt and he’ll be up for it, but it’s all on Alexis Quinne. She going to act like a punk or she going to act like a team player?”

“Mission Statement” by Stone Sour begins blasting through the arena as red and gold lights flash in an alternating fashion on the stage in tune with the song and we see the German flag waving proudly on the Tron. When the lyrics kicks in, we see Eric Teufel slowly make his way out, leading his German destroyer into battle.

Phillips: “The second member of the first time, accompanied by Eric Teufel, from Bonn, Germany, he is Torsten Voigt!”

They both stand there for a moment surveying the fans, Eric with a huge grin that shows how much he’s enjoying this while Torsten Voigt takes in the boos of the crowd with a glare before he focuses solely on the ring and begins marching down the ramp like a man on a mission. Eric notices his client heading to the ring and does his best to keep up with the far more athletic of the two of them. When they reach ringside Eric simply takes his place there to catch his breath while Torsten effortlessly hops onto the apron and steps between the ropes. He begins to crack his joints and stretch before he gets to work, Eric not waiting for the bell to start dictating strategy to him. Regan and Torsten lock eyes briefly.

Sharper: “If you had told me that anyone in this tournament was the sleeper, the biggest difference maker, it’s that man, Torsten Voigt. He has looked as good as we’ve seen him.”

Knots: “Beat Donovan Kayl at Learning from History. He was the TV Champion for much of this year so far. He’s looking to earn something else now, a Trios contract!”

The eyes all focus on the stage as “A Stranger I Remain” hits over the P.A System. The lights begin to flash violet, silver and black crowd starts to buzz and cheer. As the crowd looks on and the song kicks into gear, smoke fills up the stage. The lights continue to flash black and purple. From there, the crowd sees Alexis Quinne walk out dressed in black and purple Varsity Jacket, and a half white, half black and purple Guy Fawkes mask with El Rudo's mask around her neck and a black baseball bat in her hands. Quinne doesn't waste any time storming to the ring.

Phillips: “And the final member of the team, from San Francisco, California, Alexis Quinne!”

Alexis walks down to the ring, looking around the ring. The camera does a full rotation as Quinne walks past it, flashing Rudo's mask. Quinne stops mid-way. She looks around before walking past the camera. She then gets to the apron and ascends up the turnbuckle. Alexis takes off her mask and then yells to the crowd, who cheer. The lights inside the ring flash black and purple as Alexis flashes the crowd the peace sign before shortly turning it into a fist. Alexis looks around at the crowd before she jumps into the ring. Quinne removes her jacket and mask and goes to the corner; before placing Rudo's mask around the turnbuckle. She then places the baseball bat on the apron as well before climbing up to the top turnbuckle and sitting on it. Regan just rolls her eyes at her as Quinne just watches her.

Sharper: “Alexis Quinne immediately going to the corner. Maybe a good way to deal with the animosity between her and Regan. Ignore Regan.”

Knots: “That’s not going to work. She’ll need to fall into line and she better do it. This is Regan’s year.”

“Cold as Ice” by M.O.P plays over the sound system as Konrad comes out through the curtain wearing his blue and white mask with white hair along with his wrestling tights. He looks out at the crowd as they cheer.

Phillips: “And their opponents, the second team of the Trios Tournament, first, from Cologne, Germany, he is The Iceman, Konrad Raab!”

He heads to the ring before high-fiving some fans on his way down. He then goes to the steel steps and runs up them. He enters the ring and goes to the corner, holding his arms up in the air as he looks around. The crowd cheers. He hops down and looks across at Torsten before looking at Regan and Alexis. Regan can be seen starting to chirp at Alexis as Eric Teufel is too.

Sharper: “Meanwhile, Konrad Raab and his partner, Sophie James and David Callahan, about to come out, they’re a very different team to their opponents. They seem to be on the same page. They seem to be looking out for one another.”

Knots: “Alexis already is starting to go all about herself. Eric Teufel and Regan Street already chewing her out. She needs to focus.”

Sharper: “She looks damn focused to me!”

“EVERYONE… EVENTUALLY… LET’S YOU DOWN…
EVERYOOOOONE…EVENTUALLYYYYY… LET’S YOU DOOOOWN”

The lights in the arena cut completely as the eerie choir-like lines from the SCW remix of “Negative Space” by A Day To Remember hits the speaker system. As the intro begins to play out, strobe lights flash on the stage in time with music. They cut completely again as just the bass guitar plays before the song kicks into full flow.

“THESE WALLS, THIS HOOOUSE”

Pyro’s explode on either end of the stage as the song kicks in fully and the lights flash back up to show Sophie James standing on the stage, where she throws back the hood of her hooded top and then throws her arms out wide and the crowd begin to cheer loudly as Sophie grins broadly. David Callahan stands with her and looks around, a bit of a scowl on his face. Sophie turns and smacks him in the arm and David turns to her.

Phillips: “And the next members of team two and his partner, on their way to the ring, they are David Callahan and the Motor City Bitch, Sophie James!”

With another grin, Sophie suddenly bursts down the ramp, jumping up and sliding leg first under the bottom rope before leaping up and ascending the turnbuckles. Callahan runs after her and stops at the ring. Standing on the middle rope, Sophie once again throws her arms out on both sides, her music still thrashing out as the fans cheer again. Callahan rolls in and gets up and looks at her. Callahan starts to try and get the fans to stop cheering. Hopping down, Sophie does the same on the opposite side of the ring before dropping down again and removing her jacket, which she tosses to the outside before taking a seat in the corner, her arms draped across the bottom rope on either side of her as her music fades and she waits for the start of the match. Callahan walks over and joins her. We then see Alexis Quinne hop down starting to get into the face of Regan Street. The two keep jawing as Torsten Voigt just looks on, watching. Sophie and David look at one another and Konrad joins them in strategizing.

Sharper: “Alexis Quinne and Regan Street already jawing. Not lasting long this partnership. Sophie and David meanwhile coming out together. And actual team.”

Knots: “Yeah. And they’ve shown a willingness to work with Konrad. Come on Alexis!”

David and Sophie then say something before running at Regan and Alexis and both jump up and hit a running dropkick, knocking Alexis and Regan through the ropes to the floor. Sophie and David roll away as Konrad Raab steps up and looks at Torsten. He tells him to come at him as the crowd roars. The bell sounds. Torsten and Raab lunge and grapple in the middle of the ring and Torsten shoves Raab back. David and Sophie exit as Regan and Alexis stir on the floor. Torsten goes after Konrad and grabs him and pulls him up and nails him with a forearm shiver before whipping him into the ropes. Konrad bounces off and Torsten goes for a clothesline. Raab ducks and stops and dropkicks Torsten down. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Dropkicks for everyone. Torsten and Raab had a long rivalry last year. They’re back at it tonight.”

Knots: “And Regan’s ignoring Alexis on the floor. They need to stand in the corner!”

Sharper: “They work together or this will be a quick exit for the former World Champions and a huge win for Sophie, Callahan and Raab!”

Torsten gets back up and Raab nails him with a hard left and then a right before kicking him in the ribs. Torsten falls back into the corner and Raab moves in and hits a European uppercut. Raab backs up and nails him with another uppercut. He then grabs Torsten and goes to whip him across the ring, but Torsten spins through and sends Raab in. Raab hits the corner and Voigt runs after him and nails him with a running clothesline. He then rears back and nails Raab with a hard knee. Raab staggers out and Torsten walks out with him before hoisting him up and hitting a sidewalk slam in the middle of the ring. He pulls back on the legs.

Raab kicks out. He rolls over and Torsten turns and tags in Regan, glaring at Alexis. Alexis just rolls her eyes as Regan enters and Raab starts to get up and Regan runs over and nails him with a running elbow to the back of the head, knocking him down. She then stomps him again.

Knots: “Raab’s had issues with Regan too. We all remember that underground rules match. Led him to finding his anger, but Regan still beat him.”

Sharper: “And Raab knows that and Regan is just angrier since then.”

Regan then pulls him up by the mask and drags him over to the neutral corner and throws him into the corner. She then stomps him in the ribs and then again and again. Raab covers up as the referee calls for the break.

Regan backs up and rolls her eyes. She then pushes past the official and walk over to Raab who suddenly gets up and elbows her in the jaw. Regan staggers back and Raab kicks her in the ribs and hits a vertical suplex. He gets up and runs into the ropes, glancing behind him and extending his arm. Sophie tags herself in and the crowd roars as Raab hits a running elbow drop. He rolls out of the ring and Sophie climbs up to the top rope. She then dives off and hits a diving elbow drop to the chest of Regan.

Sharper: “Big elbow drop. Huge entrance for Sophie James and now the cover!”

Regan kicks out.

Knots: “Not enough!”

Sharper: “James meanwhile is a former champion elsewhere. Has bene through a lot of adversity. This is a hell of a showcase for her if they can get this team through here.”

Sophie turns and grabs Regan as she gets up and chops her in. The crowd woos. Regan falls to the ropes. Sophie grabs her and whips her across the ring. Regan bounces off and Sophie hits a running knee to the ribs. Regan rolls through and to the mat. Sophie goes for another pin.

Regan kicks out. Sophie grabs her and pulls her up and just then, Regan reaches up and rakes her eyes. She then pulls Sophie in and scoops her up and hits a slam before throwing her arm down and staggering over to the corner and tagging in Torsten. Alexis watches as Regan now glares her as Torsten enters the ring and Sophie starts to get up and Torsten steps forward and drills her with a boot. The crowd ohs from the impact.

Sharper: “My God. What a boot.”

Knots: “Well that’s that. Thanks for coming out. Regan, Alexis, Torsten, they managed to get through even with Alexis being a total doorknob.”

Torsten goes for the pin.

Sophie kicks out.

Knots: “Well…okay…fine, she’s still going.”

Torsten grabs Sophie and pulls her up. He then nails her with a kick to the ribs. He goes for a vertical suplex before just releasing her. She hits hard and Torsten turns and tags in Regan again. Regan enters and the crowd boos and Regan promptly hits a leg drop and then gets again and hits another leg drop before hitting a third leg drop and goes for the pin.

Sophie kicks out. Regan gets up and slowly pulls her up. She then knees her in the ribs and goes to whip her into the corner. Sophie hits the corner and Regan runs after. Sophie gets her knees up. Regan staggers back and Sophie steps forward and hits the step-up enziguri. The crowd ohs and Regan falls to the mat. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “And James comes out with a hard enziguri. Got all of that. No doubt about it and Regan is down.”

Knots: “Well they’re doing pretty good for three on two-“

Sharper: “Stop it, Jon. They’re intentionally not tagging in Alexis and Regan’s arrogance now coming out in that ring!”

Sophie gets up and Regan rolls over. She slowly gets up and Sophie runs into the ropes, bounces off and runs at Regan and jumps up and hits a floataround DDT. The crowd ohs. She then turns and tags in David Callahan. Callahan looks around as he climbs up to the top rope. He then looks down at Regan. He dives off with a headbutt. The crowd ohs and Callahan hooks the leg.

Regan gets her shoulder up. Callahan rolls off. He starts to get up and Regan slowly stirs. Callahan grabs her and scoops her up and slams her down. Regan stirs and Callahan waits before backing up and running into the ropes, bouncing off and going for the discus haymaker, but Regan ducks and Callahan drills Torsten with the shot. The crowd ohs. Callahan backs away, whistling before he turns and grabs Regan and he clubs her in the back. Callahan then turns and goes to take her over for a tag, but Regan turns and bites his hand and then kicks Callahan in the ribs. She then grabs him by the tights and sends him into her corner. Callahan goes chest first into the turnbuckle and backs up and Regan gets up as Torsten pulls himself up and Regan tags him in. Torsten enters and Callahan starts to get up.

Callahan: “Ah shi-“

Torsten nails him with a hard right and Callahan hits the mat.

Sharper: “Callahan getting dropped by Torsten as Regan Street happily allows him into the ring to knock him around.”

Knots: “Probably not happy that they were getting one over them!”

Alexis smirks as Regan snaps at her. Torsten grabs Callahan and pulls him up and hits another release suplex. Callahan hits the mat and slowly gets up and Torsten grabs him and hits a huge hip throw across the ring. Callahan rolls over and slowly gets up. Torsten then turns and goes over to grab him and then hoists him up for a back suplex and then just throws him back and Callahan lands stomach first. Torsten turns and grabs him and pulls him up before whipping him into the ropes. He bounces off and Torsten hoists him up for a military press slam. The crowd erupts and Callahan shifts his weight and lands behind him and falls into the ropes, tagging in Raab. Callahan runs at Torsten and Torsten shoulders him down. He turns and Raab enters and runs up behind him and grabs him in a waistlock before hitting a bridging German suplex.

Torsten just rolls his shoulder up in time. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “So close! Torsten just getting his shoulder up!”

Knots: “Too close!”

Regan paces a bit as Raab then gets up and Regan enters the ring and runs at Raab and kicks him in the ribs and then again and again. Sophie enters and runs over and nails Regan with a hard right. The crowd roars. She nails him again. The referee gets involved and Raab runs into the ropes and bounces off and nails Regan with a clothesline. He turns around and Torsten scoops him up and onto his shoulder as Sophie is forced out of the ring. Torsten hits a powerslam. He goes for the pin.

Callahan breaks it up by entering the ring and nailing him from behind. Callahan rolls over and checks on Sophie before moving back to his corner. Torsten starts to get up and Raab stirs. Torsten steps over to Callahan and Raab then turns and grabs Torsten and hits a back suplex before he can go after Callahan. Raab then rolls over and turns and tags in Callahan.

Sharper: “Callahan back in. Raab taking down Torsten!”

Callahan runs across as Regan starts to get up and nails him with the discus haymaker. He turns and runs at Voigt and nails him with a headbutt. Voigt falls into the ropes. He steps forward and Callahan snapmares Voigt down. He then runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a diving headbutt. He goes for the pin.

Voigt powers out. Callahan rolls over and gets up. Voigt starts to get up and stirs and Callahan watches him before glancing behind him as Regan stirs and Callahan steps forward and Voigt runs at him, but Callahan ducks. Voigt misses a clothesline, but walks right into Quinne who tags herself in. She enters the ring and Callahan turns around, expecting Voigt, tapping his forehead only for Quinne to run at him and take him down with the flying headscissors. She gets up and runs into the ropes. Regan looks on as Quinne then hits a running basement dropkick to the face of Callahan. She goes for the pin.

Sophie breaks it up. Torsten steps forward and grabs her and pulls her up, but Raab nails him with a hard European uppercut. He staggers back. The referee tells him to leave. Just then, we see Alexis Quinne jump to the middle rope and to the top rope before hitting a corkscrew moonsault onto Sophie and Raab!

Sharper: “Quinne takes down both Sophie James and Konrad Raab. She may have been on the corner, but she’s come in and is making a point!”

Knots: “Well good that she’s working with Regan and Torsten here!”

Sharper: “She’s just making sure she could win the match!”

Quinne gets up and Callahan walks over and grabs her and clubs her in the back. The crowd ohs and Callahan clubs her. He then hoists her up, but Quinne shifts her weight, spinning around his head and pulling him down into an inside cradle!

The crowd roars and Quinne lets go. She then turns and looks right at Regan as Regan just smirks. Quinne glances over at Voigt too who pulls himself up too.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, the team of Torsten Voigt, Regan Street and Alexis Quinne!”

Sharper: “Quinne wins it-“

Knots: “No! The team of Regan Street, Torsten Voigt AND Alexis Quinne win.”

Sharper: “Not incorrect, but at the end, Quinne, who had been ignored by her partners, she showed that she’s willing to compete, but obviously, that tension still there. Looking at Regan, at Voigt. Obviously, in round two, things may need to be very different.”

Quinne has her arm raised as Regan grabs her US Title and starts to leave. Voigt pulls himself to the floor as Eric Teufel smiles. Callahan looks around as Sophie and Konrad go over to him. They check on him and Quinne then exits to the floor.

We cut backstage to see Ikiro Yoshida walking through the backstage area. He looks around, clearly nervous about something when we see Paris and London, the Truelove Twins walk up to him. Ikiro stops.

Paris: “EyeYoshi…”

London: “Just who we wanted to see?”

Ikiro stammers a bit.

Ikiro: “M..me?”

Paris: “Just came from Sienna and she wanted us to personally deliver this match.’

London: “Breakdown was your one shot and you blew it.”

Paris: “No one stands Sienna up for ANY reason.”

Ikiro: “DyHowie…”

Paris: “ANY reason.”

London: “And now you’ll need to pay.”

London and Paris turn and walk off as Ikiro watches them leave confused before we cut away.

We then open up to see Bree Mason standing with Blake Mason and Scott Burnside.

Blake: “You ready? This is your night to make sure that all of these BS decisions are gone.”

Bree: “Trust me. Born ready here. Just a matter of our partners and well…”

We then see Lexi von Aaron walk over to Bree and Blake.

Lexi: “Time to serve my lord…and I guess you two.”

Blake and Bree turn to each other.

Bree: “Just make sure we win and I don’t care who you serve, got it, Lexi?”

Lexi: “Oh yeah.”

Bree turns and heads towards the curtain as Blake and Scott follow.

Ikiro Yoshida, Tommy Valentine & Syren vs. Bree Mason, Lexi von Aaron & Jason Helms

Quarterfinals of the 2018 Trios Tournament

The horns of “I'm Worth It” by Fifth Harmony begin as the lights dim somewhat, and a few white spotlights dance on the stage in time to the music. Bree Mason appears, her white silk robe clinging to her hips. A second later Blake Mason comes out, in a perfectly pressed suit, and takes her hand. They start down the ramp as Scott Burnside appears behind them and follows.

Bree then struts down the ramp as the chorus continues, her free hand on the silver silk belt holding her robe shut. Two crossing spotlights follow her progress.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a thirty minute time limit. First, the first team in this match, making her way to the ring, currently residing in New Orleans, she is being accompanied by her manager Blake Mason and her assistant Scott Burnside... the Classy One, Bree Mason!”

The music continues as Bree gets to the ring. She stops at the steps to pose a second and Blake goes up the steps ahead of her. Bree follows up the steps as Scott goes around the ring. Blake then holds the ropes open for Bree to step through. She then does a little circle in the ring, showing off a bit with Blake holding her arm up, before stopping in the middle of the ring. Bree tugs on the silver belt, and the robe falls open revealing her pure white and silver trimmed outfit. Blake steps behind her and pulls the robe off, swishing it around and over his shoulder. Bree then raises her arms overhead in a flourish, then walks another small circle, a smug smirk on her face. Blake then exits the ring, standing near Scott as Bree's music fades and the lights return to normal.

Sharper: “This could be an interesting match. Not for the teams. Although we should get to that in a bit, it is because Bree Mason and Syren will be on opposite sides and Bree Mason has a World Title match, but we’ll find out exactly against on Wednesday night.”

Knots: “Yeah and she’s not happy. Get over it. You’ve got a shot. And you’re lucky that Kennedy Street doesn’t just take you out too!”

Sharper: “There’s a difference.”

Knots: “Screw classy. I’m Sexy, Flawless Diva all the way!”

“Torture” by Picture Me Broken begins to play as the lights in the arena go out and the entrance is surrounded in a dark blue black light. The camera moves to the big screen "Lexi Von Aaron" appears on the screen and then it shatters into fragments. We see the words "Lost Lexxxi" in its place. Then we see imagery of Lexi in the rain with smudged make up being pelted by water with a cold as ice expression on her face. The camera lowers and we see Lexi von Aaron standing in the entrance with a pissed off expression on her face, holding the SCW World Tag Team Championship.

Phillips: “Her partner, first, from Heaven, one half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions, Lexi von Aaron!”

She walks to the ring. She then slides under the bottom rope crawling and then bolts to the top rope as the lyrics of the song “I love how you hate me” play, screaming it as she throws her her head back. She then jumps down and looks around as the crowd boos.

Sharper: “Bree Mason and Lexi von Aaron could be an interesting pairing. Lexi has a history with Blake Mason. They’ve helped her out in the past.”

Knots: “Yeah, but at some point, that dream may come to a crashing half. Chad Evans is in this tournament too.”

The lights in the arena cut and the darkness remains for a moment before the intro of “Hated” by Beartooth starts to play over the pa system, the lyrics appearing on the big screen in time with the music.

“WHO KNEW YOU’D BE HATED FOR BEING WHO YOU ARE…
AND BE A BIG TARGET FOR ALL THE FOR ALL THE INSECURE…”

The crash of drums and the wail of guitars kick the song in properly and as the volume doubles a spotlight appears on the stage to show a smirking Jason Helms standing there with his arms out wide. He throws his head back as Aniya Helms walks into the light and steps up in front of Jason, leaning her back into his stomach as she brings her arms up around his neck. Jason lowers his head again and Aniya steps forward for Jason to remove his jacket and tosses it onto the floor, pausing only to slap his wife’s ass before he springs to the ring.

Phillips: “And the final member, on his way to the ring; accompanied by his wife Aniya, he is the Jackass from New Jersey, fighting via the Hollywood Hills, Jason Helms!”

Helms hits the ring and slides under the ropes, popping straight back up to his feet and scaling the ropes to throw his arms out again as his wife makes her way to ringside with Jason’s jacket trailing from one hand. The fans cheer as Jason looks around at them from his position on the ropes. He then walks around before looking at both Lexi and Bree, watching both of them.

Sharper: “This could be wildcard if you will. Jason Helms with a huge opportunity here, but no real history with either Lexi or Bree. So this could be interesting.”

Knots: “After his little get together with Giovanni Aries, anything is possible. So who the hell knows?”

The arena's lights cut out completely, plunging the whole room into darkness for several seconds before the screens light up to display a countdown.

The screens show static for a few seconds before going dark once more. The black screen starts to pulse now like a heartbeat and on each pulse that reverberates round the arena, a shot of Thomas in various poses is shown before reverting to the blackness until the next pulse that sounds like a bass drum beat with increasing volume until a final shot of him holding the SCW Title aloft after winning the match at Taking Hold Of The Flame is Shown and remains until two green fireworks shoot from the rafters and explode on the ramp. The explosion drifts across the ramp before the beginning chords to "Cut The Cord" by Shinedown, hits.

A shot of "Thorn" going for the Swanton from the top of a chamber pod at Under Attack 2009 is shown in slow motion as he misses it and hits nothing but canvas. A shot now of him hitting the Socially Unacceptable Moonsault stomp from the top rope onto Justin Davis is shown, the impact punctuated by the last word of the verse before a shadowed figure can be seen standing in front of the curtain at the top of the ramp.

"FREE-DOM LALALALA FREE-DOM FOLLOW ME!"

As the last word echoes, the lights start to strobe again briefly as the song reverberates throughout the arena now, causing the fans to start cheering.

The lights finally flicker back on and Thomas Valentine can now be seen on top of the arena's ramp in a set of shades with a custom logo on the lens, as he looks out into the audience that are now cheering loudly.

Phillips: “Their opponents, first, from Raleigh, North Carolina, representing the Resurgence, he is Tommy Valentine!”

He stops and smiles a little before spinning around away from the fans and holding his arms outwards before making a beckoning motion with his hands, fireworks shoot out at the top of the ramp again in a burst before he spins one hundred and eighty degrees and resumes walking down to the ring. As he walks past the barrier he looks out into the crowds and goes to high five as many fans as possible before moving on down the ramp, revelling in their adoration and cheers before he slides underneath the ropes and immediately runs to the corner and climbs the turnbuckle, making beckoning gestures again before smiling at all the fans in the crowds. He jumps down and does the same to all the turnbuckles before standing still in the centre, cranking his neck. Thomas then takes the sunglasses off and hands them to the referee, telling him to keep them safe before waiting for his partners.

Sharper: “Tommy Valentine is the one to watch for his team. He has said some pretty clear things about Syren, about Dark Fantasy. He wants to face them. He wants to compete against them.”

Knots: “Trios would lead to that…”

Sharper: “And that’s the thing. Can be put that rage aside? Remember, CHBK superkicked Tommy at Learning from History to show the final parts to that whole plan to get Syren the World Championship and tonight, he’s in the same ring with Syren.”

Knots: “Well Alexis and Regan could get along! He can put it aside for the greater good!”

Red and white lights begin to flash wildly when the opening to “Smooth Criminal (Violin Instrumental)” by David Garrett begins to play over the P.A System. The SCW fans rise to their feet casting their eyes to the stage where the curtains part. A sudden pause befalls the arena until a man walks out out with a confident swagger in his step, Ikiro Yoshida… He wears his trademark red eye patch with a gold dragon emblazoned onto it along with his long sleeved jacket. A smirk appears on the Japanese superstar’s lips before he spins around once and drops down to one knee, both his arms outstretched while he looks down at the ground…

Phillips: “His partner, from from the Fukushima prefecture, Japan, he is Ikiro Yoshida!”

The fans pop for the Japanese superstar, he leaps back up onto his feet and reaches into his jacket to remove what looks to be a pink plush Yoshi doll… He raises it up above his head with a grin before lowering his arm and walking down towards the ring with that same confident swagger from before.

Ikiro quickly runs to the ring and slides in, following that up with a quicker roll to a knee. Ikiro sits the plush doll in front of him as he appears to talk to it… After kissing the tip of his index and forefinger, he places them on the forehead of the doll before picking it up and taking it to the corner where he sits it. Once removing his jacket, he hands it to the ring crew and begins to stretch before the bell.

Knots: “This idiot left Sienna Swann in downtown Cleveland to run and be with Dylan Howell?!”

Sharper: “That’s not all that’s been going on with him. Sienna making it clear to him earlier that he’s lost his shot. We’ll see. But on top of that, Tanahashi, you notice he’s not here. He’s been sent back to Japan. His papers no longer in order, so a lot of Ikiro’s mind.”

The lights go out leaving the arena in complete darkness. In the darkness we hear the thumping of a heart beating twice. With each beat we see a pink heart on the screens, and pink lights on the stage flashing in unison. After a few more seconds of darkness we hear the heart beating twice more, accompanied by the same lights. A few more seconds of darkness are followed by two more flashes of light, this time in a silhouette against the lights we see the figure of a woman standing. Two more heart beats once again show the silhouette of the woman. The crowd roars and “Groupie” by Cassie Steele hits the PA system. The lights come back up as the crowd roars to find Syren standing in the middle of the stage, holding the SCW World Championship.

She turns around, pointing at the back of her jacket where we see the words ‘JUST BE JEALOUS’ accompanied by her heart-logo. She spins back around before pointing toward the ring and starting to head down toward it as the crowd boos. She holds up the World Championship.

Phillips: “And their partner, representing Dark Fantasy, from Malibu, California, the SCW World Champion, Syren!”

Once at ringside she jumps up onto the apron, looking around again at the cheering fans before ducking down, shaking her ass a little to another cheer from the fans before ducking in under the second rope and walking across the ring, climbing to stand on the middle turnbuckle and raises her hands in to the air. After a few seconds of posing she blows a kiss out to the crowd and jumps down, and she turns before immediately, with no warning, Tommy jumps up and hits the Griever’s Bane. The crowd erupts in cheers.

Sharper: “Griever’s Bane! Just like CHBK’s superkick, Syren never saw it coming!”

Knots: “That’s your partner?!”

Just then, Lexi and Bree look at each other before Lexi runs at Tommy and nails him with a running boot. Bree nails Ikiro kicking him in the ribs, causing him to fall over and Bree turns and goes for the pin on Syren. The bell sounds.

Syren shoots her shoulder up and rolls over and Bree rolls over before turning Jason Helms and Lexi von Aaron and pointing to her.

Bree: “I am pinning her in this match. You get it! You get it?!”

Jason just holds a hand up as Lexi just nods. Blake smiles before Bree turns to Syren and stomps her in the back and then again and again before Ikiro kicks her in the ribs and throws her back. Bree rolls through and Ikiro turns and checks on Syren.

Sharper: “And look at Ikiro. He wants to make this team work.”

Knots: “Good. Someone does! Even an idiot like him!”

Bree gets up as Ikiro is told to leave the ring and Ikiro pulls Syren over to the corner before stepping through and tagging himself in as Bree then grabs him by the hair and pulls him into the ring. Ikiro falls over and Bree stomps him in the face and then again. She then grabs him and pulls him up, dragging him over to the corner. She then drives him face first into the corner. Bree then kicks him in the ribs and then again before turning back as Syren falls off the apron and to the floor. Tommy steps around her as Bree goes over and snaps at him to get her in, but Tommy then steps through. Bree backs up and quickly goes over to the corner and tags in Lexi. Lexi enters and smiles before turning as Tommy exits and runs at Ikiro, but Ikiro ducks and Lexi hits the corner with her knee. She turns around and Ikiro scoops her up and powerslams her down. He goes for the pin.

Lexi kicks out. Ikiro rolls over. Bree throws her arms up. Jason just watches Bree as Lexi rolls over and starts to get up.

Sharper: “Ikiro and Lexi now slowing this down. Syren still down on the floor. This is not what she wanted.”

Knots: “She’s a former three time tournament winner? Why the hell would you just sabotage yourself like that?!”

Ikiro grabs Lexi and whips her into the opposite corner. Ikiro runs after and nails her with a running clothesline. He then backs up and Lexi steps forward and Ikiro pulls her in and hooks her head. He hits a vertical suplex. He floats over for the pin.

Bree breaks it up as Lexi kicks out. Bree then grabs Ikiro and pulls him up and nails him with a forearm shot and then another. Bree is then told to get back to her corner. She’s escorted back and Ikiro slowly gets up and Lexi turns and grabs hits arm and hits an armbreaker DDT. The crowd ohs and boos. Lexi turns and stomps him in the chest and then again and again.

Sharper: “Lexi just taking shot after shot against Ikiro.”

Knots: “This is just nuts. Who would’ve thought Lexi would be a better team member than Tommy Valentine?!”

Lexi then turns and Bree asks for the tag. Lexi turns around and tags Bree in. Bree smiles before entering the ring. She then starts to pull Ikiro towards his corner. The crowd boos as Bree starts to point to Syren. Bree even turns to Tommy.

Bree: “Come on! You hate her too. You take her out. I pin her. Come on!”

Tommy just smiles before flipping Bree up. Bree’s eyes widen and just then, Ikiro gets up and turns and in Tommy. Tommy slingshots into the ring. Bree backs up and looks around before turning to Jason. She then snaps at him.

Bree: “Get me her!”

Jason just waves her off before entering the ring. Tommy smirks as Jason enters and smiles too and the two start to talk.

Knots: “Now what?”

Sharper: “Jason Helms is the brother of David Helms, so there’s that….there’s a joint link here. Maybe he is trying to help Bree.”

Knots: “Well the only thing that’s better than Bree not getting what she wants is Syren getting some of what she deserves.”

Jason Helms then holds his hand up and then turns and drops down to the floor. Syren pulls herself up and Jason heads over to her. Bree starts to smile. Jason Helms then grabs her. (1) Tommy just watches as Helms then gets her up and Syren suddenly reaches up and rakes his eyes. Jason staggers back. He shakes his head. (2)

Sharper: “Syren fighting back. Obviously realizing someone is trying to attack her and going into a defensive mode here.”

Syren then nails him with a hard forearm and then a kick to the ribs. Ikiro tries to stop Tommy, but Tommy shoves him back. He nearly falls off the steel steps and to the floor before Tommy drops down to the floor. Bree looks on and Tommy spins Syren around and hits a second Griever’s Bane. The crowd erupts in cheers.

Sharper: “And again!”

Knots: “Well there’s another one. Out of nowhere. I don’t get it. Not here, but not complaining and wh-wait!”

Tommy gets up only for Helms to jump up and hits the Back from the Dead on the floor. The crowd ohs and Helms turns and rolls back into the ring. (1) Helms gets up and smikrs as he looks around. The crowd roars a bit. (3) Bree starts to yell at him.

Bree: “What are you doing?! Get Syren in here?!”

Jason smirks. (4) Syren and Tommy are down right next to one another as Ikiro gets up on the floor, unsure of what to do. (5) The referee tells him to get back as he stomps his feet, clearly annoyed. (6) Jason gets up and turns to Bree Mason before flipping her off. The crowd erupts in cheers. (7)

Knots: “Hahaha! Jason Helms flipping off Bree!”

Sharper: “He never was going to get her in. Just trolling her now! And a countout is as good as a pinfall or submission in this tournament!”

Bree paces, clearly annoyed as Blake Mason’s eyes widen. (8) Jason Helms just smirks as Tommy and Syren stir. (9) Jason keeps waiting as Ikiro just shakes his head. (10) The bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via countout, Jason Helms, Bree Mason and Lexi von Aaron!”

Jason turns and holds his arm up before turning and exiting through the ropes and dropping down to the floor. Bree Mason then turns and starts to walk around the ring before going over towards Syren and Tommy, only for Blake to stop her. Lexi von Aaron just watches this scene, smirking.

Sharper: “Bree still going for Syren. She wants to send that message!”

The official checks on Tommy and Syren.

Knots: “And Tommy and Syren are both down right next to each other!”

Sharper: “Syren never got out of the box. Tommy Valentine attacking Syren, giving her arguably the first taste in that ring of the consequences of her decision.”

Knots: “Yeah, but this Wednesday, now she’s going to use that against Jake Starr! And just think of what Dark Fantasy may do to Tommy Valentine.”

Bree turns away, clearly annoyed as Scott and Blake stand by her. Jason continues to head to the back as Ikiro Yoshida shakes his head in disappointment.

We cut backstage to see Selena Frost and Donovan Kayl talking backstage.

Selena: “You think he’s going to even bother to try?”

Kayl: “We have to hope. Hopefully we got through to him and if not, we’ll figure it out. We’ve been through plenty in our careers.”

Selena: “I shouldn’t be shocked, but to see how petty they are…wanting to take me out…I’ll just have to make them regret it.”

Kayl: “That’s all we can do. Just, we have to hope Josh realizes this is an opportunity for him. An opportunity for him to show what he can do and not just by reigning in Regan and Sienna.”

Selena: “Good luck there.”

Kayl: “Yeah…”

Selena: “We should head to the tunnel.”

Kayl nods and the two head off.

We then cut to the backstage interview area to see Jessica Winters standing by with Giovanni Aries. The crowd cheers seeing him.

Jessica: “Ladies and gentlemen, Jessica Winters here with Giovanni Aries and Giovanni, you’re going to compete in the Trios Tournament. A lot of people are wondering as you are a bit of someone different, uh…what are you thinking about should you win the contracts?”

Giovanni: “What should I win? Anything that brings the Wonderland here and takes down the Lizard King! And it will all start with that Judas, that traitor, Ace Marshall.”

Jessica: “But you’re already facing Ace Marshall at Retribution?”

Giovanni: “But not on my terms!”

Jessica: “And what would those terms be?”

Giovanni: “Isn’t it obvious? I would welcome him into the Wonderland to take him down and out and spill his purple blood all over that ring!”

The crowd roars.

Giovanni: “See, I want a Wonderland match with him. I want to give him all of the joy he turned his back on before destroying it and making him regret his Judasness and then sharing the Wonderland with ALL of the free spirits in SCW! That’s what I want and that’s what will happen one way or another. So Judas…watch….and be prepared….”

Giovanni then starts to cackle.

Giovanni: “I will rip your head off!”

Giovanni laughs again and backs off as we cut back to the ring.

Chad Evans, Giovanni Aries & Andrew Raynes vs. Selena Frost, Josh Hudson & Donovan Kayl

Quarterfinals of the 2018 Trios Tournament

"Awesome God" begins playing as the stadium lights up. Chad Evans makes his way out from the back wearing a white hood and a large white overcoat. He looks amongst the audience with a scowl before casually making his way down the ring.

Phillips: “This is the third quarterfinal match in the 2018 Trios Tournament, scheduled for onefall with a thirty minute time limit. First, team one, the first member, making his way to the ring, from the Kingdom of Heaven, the dawn of time, one half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions, he is God Himself, Chad Evans!"

He ignores the fans reaching out and heckling at him. As he reaches ringside he paces up along the steel steps, Chad makes his way halfway down the apron before going to step in from over the second rope. Entering the ring he removes his coat and the hood before handing it to the referee. He patronizes the referee, establishing nothing better happen to it. He glances around among the audience briefly before going back to ignoring them. Chad paces over to the corner he leans casually back into it in bored anticipation.

Sharper: “Chad Evans part of this tournament. We saw Lexi von Aaron in action earlier. They’ll only meet if both teams make it to the finals.”

Knots: “Where is his tag team championship belt?”

Sharper: “I don’t know, but it’s Chad, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t particularly care for carrying it. Just another sign of general disrespect he has for so many things reflecting SCW, wrestling, people…”

The arena goes dark and strobe lights pulse through the arena as "Through Struggle" hits the speakers. The crowd erupts into raucous boos as the lights dim around the entrance ramp, smoke begins to rise. After the intro kicks in, the lights start flashing as the smoke gets thicker, after a few moments we see Andrew Raynes appear through the smoke, his head shifted towards the ring, focused, a cold stare. He stands there for a few seconds still looking around, devoid of the fans. He starts walking slowly with a cold stare in his eyes.

Phillips: “Next, from Niagara Falls, Ontario, he is Andrew Raynes!”

As he continues to look focused, he makes his way down the ramp, ignoring the fans. He walks down towards the ring where he slides in under the bottom rope. He pops up in the middle of the ring and looks around. He looks over at Chad and the two share a look of approval.

Sharper: “This man better be happy for himself. Assaulting Dylan Howell on Breakdown in that steel cage. Putting him on the shelf and now, tonight, well, he could end up with a trios contract.”

Knots: “He warned everyone. He warned everyone multiple times. It’s nice to see someone who does exactly what they said they’ll do. St. Valentine’s Day Massacre indeed!”

"Mad Hatter" by Melanie Martinez begins to play as Giovanni Aries steps out from behind the curtain as Sam his manager is in tow. Giovanni Aries has on a grey wolf pelt fur jacket on while wearing Oracle sunglasses. Giovanni Aries takes a few steps and then sits down Indian style in the middle of stage. He sits there and looks around the arena and begins to laugh hysterically before Sam walks over and pulls out a cigarette and lighter out of her cleavage and hands it to Giovanni Aries. He lights the cigarette and takes a long deep drag before slowly standing up and walking to the ring.

Phillips: “And finally, the third member of their team, accompanied by Sam, from Black Rock Desert, Nevada, he is Giovanni Aries!”

While walking to the ring he takes a drag and blows it in ringside fans face as begins to laugh hysterically again. Giovanni Aries reaches ring side and looks out to the crowd and yells

"FOLLOW ME DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE!!!"

He laughs hysterically before walking up the steps to the ring apron. He faces the crowd and hard camera as he throws his arms out making a cross while looking to the sky and slowly moves his left hand to his mouth takes a drag of his cigarette and blowing smoke into the air before flipping backwards into the ring where Sam is waiting. She takes off Giovanni fur jacket as Giovanni Aries grabs her and pulls her tight and proceeds to take another drag before blowing it into her waiting open mouth. Sam smiles as she exits the ring while Giovanni takes a seat on the nearby top turnbuckle and waits for the match to start. He then stops before jumping down and storming over to the ropes. We cut to the crowd to see Ace Marshall goofily wave while sitting up in the stands, with popcorn. Cassidy Carter is with him and they seem to have two other individuals who are just sitting on either side of them. Giovanni Aries seems to have noticed them.

Sharper: “And look in the crowd! Ace Marshall. Cassidy Carter. Neither booked for this tournament.”

Knots: “But Giovanni Aries sense they were here. He noticed them while on the top rope and look at him. He’s just focusing entirely on those idiots. Forget about them.”

Sharper: “He said earlier he wanted a Wonderland match, whatever that is. He’s already scheduled to face Ace Marshall at Retribution. That match in roughly a month.”

Knots: “He needs to focus on tonight!”

“Judas" begins to filter through the sound system and out from the back steps none other than Josh Hudson, wearing a zip up jacket. He stops atop the entrance ramp, and looks out into the crowd and shakes his head, before heading down to the ring.

Phillips: “Their opponents, first, from New York City, New York, representing Past, Present, Future, he is Josh Hudson!”

He embraces the negative reaction with outstretched arms as he makes his way down the ramp, his body turned sideways as he faces the crowd with a smirk on his face. He continues to slowly make his way to the ring, a look of determination on his face as he slides underneath the ropes. He climbs to the top rope and stares out into the crowd, shouting, "I'm the best at what I do!!!" before turning and sitting against the turnbuckle, waiting for the match to begin.

Sharper: “This is going to be interesting. We’ve already seen one team with some significant tension. Another completely implode. Sienna Swann told Josh Hudson to take out Selena Frost and he tried to do so on Breakdown.”

Knots: “Yeah, well, here’s a great opportunity again!”

Sharper: “The question is about his partner. Donovan Kayl apparently had them meet in this arena last night. Trying to get them all on the same page. We’ll see how that goes.”

"Tom Sawyer” by Rush starts to play as the spotlight focuses on the top of the ramp. Immediately, the crowd rise to their feet in a raucous ovation. Stepping out to the top of the ramp is "The Cornerstone" Donovan Kayl, holding the SCW Television Championship. He steps to the side, facing out to the crowd. As he stands atop the ramp, he throws his arm out with each big note of the beginning musical portion. After turning his head to survey the entire crowd, he turns to face the front of the ramp, beginning to walk out towards the ring.

Phillips: “The second team member, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, he is the SCW Television Champion, the Cornerstone of Professional Wrestling, Donovan Kayl!”

Kayl keeps his eyes focused on the ring ahead, and with a stoic gaze in his eyes, slaps the hands of a few fans at ringside. Once he gets to the bottom of the ramp, Donovan pulls himself up onto the apron, walking over to the corner. He climbs up onto the second rope, looking out over the crowd, until the next lines hit. Kayl throws his arms up for the roaring crowd, shouting out something that's just impossible to hear outside of the first couple of rows nearby. He hops the top rope into the ring, moving to the middle where he spins once, dropping to a knee and shooting his arms out. He drops his head as the crowd showers the ring with streamers, cascading down around him as he looks at the ring under his knee before raising his head upward slowly.

Knots: “He’s aiming for a noble peace prize for this one if he can get them to work together. I just can’t wait until Josh Hudson can take out the Snow Queen and we don’t have to hear about her damn True Believers anymore!”

Sharper: “Kayl won the TV title on Wednesday. He’s got a busy schedule. And he’s trying to keep Hudson and Frost from imploding. I don’t envy him.”

"BELIEVE IT!"

At the sound of the familiar call, the true-believers are immediately on their feet in cheers as "What I Believe" by Skillet brings forth a barrage purple-blue lights in the design of snowflakes across the arena. From the back, out walks The Snow Queen, herself, Selena Frost. With a twirl amongst the lights and snowflakes, Frost slowly strolls down the ramp, her platinum-white hair in a long-braid swishing this way and that as the lights bounce off the ice-shard cape she wears.

Phillips: “And finally, their partner, from Nome, Alaska, The Snow Queen, Selena Frost!”

Looking around the arena, Selena smiles at the voice of her true-believers before sliding into the ring. Inside, the Winter Diamond is quickly on her feet, stepping into the center of the ring as all the snowflake-lights rush to form a large blue-white snowflake-shaped light over Selena. Raising her arms, the Defier of Worlds looks up at the lights before they return to normal. With a smile, Selena removes her ice-shard cape, folding it and placing it aside before returning her attention to Josh and then telling Kayl and Josh, she’ll start.

Sharper: “Selena coming out last. Obviously as a precaution with Josh Hudson having attacked her from behind in her entrance before.”

Knots: “And I think I saw her say that she’s going to start. She is just like Alexis. Making it all about her!”

Sharper: “Or she’s going to make sure that she can start this off in case Josh tries something. Especially with Kayl in the corner to maybe keep Josh leased if you will.”

Selena looks across as Andrew Raynes starts out for his team. Chad exits to the apron as Giovanni Aries keeps watching Ace and Cassidy in the crowd. The bell sounds. Selena and Raynes circle the ring and Selena moves in and Raynes lunges too. The two lock up in a collar and elbow tie-up and Raynes happily throws Selena down. She rolls through. She then gets up and runs at Raynes, but Raynes ducks. He turns and Selena turns around and Raynes kicks her in the ribs and hits a headlock takedown. Selena rolls over to her stomach and starts to get up and Raynes holds on.

Sharper: “Interesting start with Raynes and Selena beginning here. Selena has been friendly with Dylan Howell and Ikiro Yoshida. People Raynes has been quite critical of or in Dylan’s case-“

Knots: “Took him out. We’re still not even sure how Regan Street thinks about that. She’s not been clear there.”

Selena gets up and pulls Raynes into the ropes and goes to fire him off, but Raynes holds on, falling to a knee. He looks around and the crowd boos. He keeps holding on and Selena reaches around before Raynes nails him with a hard right. Selena staggers back. Raynes kicks him in the ribs. He whips her across the ring. Selena bounces off and Raynes lifts her up, but Selena spins around and lands behind Raynes. Raynes turns around and Selena dropkicks him down. She goes for the pin.

Raynes kicks out. Both get up and Raynes goes for a clothesline. Selena ducks and bounces off the ropes and jumps up and hits a flying headscissors. Raynes rolls through and goes to his corner. He then turns and tags in Chad. Chad looks in and slowly enters as the crowd boos. Selena watches Chad as Chad just glares at her.

Sharper: “Raynes out and in comes Chad Evans.”

Knots: “God himself. How conceited do you have to be for that?”

Sharper: “Well Selena Frost and Chad Evans meeting in the middle there. Here we go.”

Chad then lunges and Selena ducks and runs into the ropes. She bounces off and Chad goes for a back elbow. Selena ducks and bounces off the other side and hits a running spinning heel kick. Chad gets up and Selena kicks him in the ribs and then jumps up and hits a dropkick. Chad hits the mat. He gets up, seething and Selena spins around him and into a school boy.

Chad kicks out. Both get up and Selena turns and Chad rakes her eyes. The crowd boos. He then grabs her and throws her back with a mat slam. Selena rolls over and Chad winces and walks around the ring. Selena slowly pulls herself up, holding her head. Josh Hudson chirps at Selena and Selena turns and tags him in. She then stands up and snaps at him. The crowd roars. Josh just smirks and enters the ring. Josh and Chad then look at one another.

Sharper: “There’s a lot of history too.”

Knots: “Both former champions. 2007, both held the title.”

Chad Evans and Josh Hudson lunge and grapple. They push back on one another and Chad knees him in the ribs. He then elbows him in the back and spins him into the corner. Chad walks after and Josh Hudson nails him with a European uppercut. Chad staggers back and Josh steps out and kicks him in the ribs before running Chad over to the opposite corner and driving him face first into the top turnbuckle. He turns and Josh nails him with a hard right and then another. He grabs him and whips him across. Josh runs after and Chad moves out of the way. Josh stops at the corner and turns around and Chad hits an arm drag. Josh gets back up and Chad just waves him off and tags in Giovanni Aries. The crowd boos as Josh rolls his eyes. Chad exits to the floor, walking around. Giovanni then enters the ring and runs at Josh. He nails Josh with a hard right and Josh fires back with one too. They trade couple of shots before Josh knees Giovanni in the ribs.

Sharper: “Chad had enough. Giovanni Aries now in and almost everyone into this match.”

Knots: “Josh and Gio going at it here.”

Josh hits a hip throw. He backs up into the ropes and hits a running knee drop. He goes for the pin.

Giovanni kicks out. Both get up and Josh kicks him in the ribs. He goes for the vertical suplex, but Giovanni Aries spins through. He then hits a back rake. The crowd roars. He then nails Hudson as he turns with a hard right and then a chop. Hudson goes for a swinging clothesline, but Aries ducks and spins around before grabbing him and hitting a snap back suplex. He goes for the pin.

Hudson kicks out. He turns and gets up as Selena looks on and Giovanni Aries runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a discus forearm. Hudson hits the mat. Giovanni Aries then turns and looks at Ace as Ace just keeps munching on popcorn, intentionally throwing half of it behind him. He then gives a thumbs up before Aries turns and grabs Hudson and pulls him up but Hudson lifts him up and turns and spears him into the corner. He rears back and spears him again and then again.

Sharper: “Aries getting distracted by Ace Marshall.”

Knots: “Stop worrying about the Lizard King or his Judas and focus on the match if you want to win?!”

Sharper: “Hudson doing just that, repeated shoulder tackles into the ribs of Aries.”

Hudson then backs up, pulls him in and hits a huge overhead belly to belly suplex. The crowd ohs. Hudson goes for the pin.

Giovanni Aries kicks out. Hudson then turns and grabs him and pulls him up before turning and looking at Selena and Kayl before tagging in Selena. Hudson looks at Selena as the crowd roars a bit. Selena enters and wrenches Giovanni’s arm. Kayl watches both and Selena kicks him in the ribs and then again before whipping him into the ropes. Giovanni bounces off and Selena hits a hurricanrana into a pin.

Aries kicks out. Both get up and Selena kicks him in the ribs. She runs into the ropes, but Giovanni Aries lifts her up onto his shoulders and runs her over to his corner and throws her ribs first on the top turnbuckle. The crowd ohs and Raynes tags himself in. She enters and turns and kicks her hard in the ribs, causing Selena to fall back into the ring.

Sharper: “Some odd tags here. Hudson and Selena moments ago. Now Raynes and Giovanni and they have no love lost either.”

Knots: “The Trios Contract is a powerful motivator. But come on Josh. You have a chance to take Selena out. Just do it!”

Sharper: “Maybe Kayl got to them. Maybe Josh wants the Trios contract.”

Knots: “But then Selena gets one! No one wants that!”

Raynes then turns and grabs Selena and hoists her up before hitting a snap suplex. He then gets up and runs into the ropes, bounces off the ropes and hits a powerdrive elbow. Raynes goes for the pin.

Selena kicks out. Both start to get up and Raynes kicks Selena in the ribs and sends her into the corner. Selena hits the corner and Raynes runs after and nails her with a high knee. The crowd ohs. He then backs up and hits a dive back enziguri kick to the side of Selena’s head and Selena hits the mat. Raynes pulls her out from the corner and goes for the pin.

Selena pushes her shoulder up. She turns and starts to get up and Raynes grabs her and pulls her in before placing her head under his arm. He hoists her up, but Selena knees him in the head. Raynes lets go and Raynes goes for a clothesline. Selena ducks and runs into the ropes, jumping to the top rope and diving back with the Cold Shoulder. Raynes rolls back and turns and tags in Chad. Chad enters and Selena gets up and Chad runs over and grabs her. Selena however hits a jawbreaker. She turns and runs into the ropes. She bounces off and goes for a flying headscissors. Chad sits out, however, driving her into a facebuster. He rolls her over into a pin.

Kayl enters and breaks it up to her sure. The crowd roars. Josh smirks. Kayl exits.

Sharper: “Kayl with the save. I don’t know if Selena needed it, but Kayl not taking a chance.”

Knots: “He wants to win this. And that’s his first entry into this.”

Sharper: “Selena in a bad way though. Chad with a huge counter.”

Chad gets up and Kayl looks on as Chad turns and pulls Selena up. He then hoists her up and hits a backbreaker. He then looks around. Giovanni Aries can be seen walking along the apron, yelling into the crowd. Sam tries to get him back as Raynes snaps at him. Evans ignores it all, grabbing Selena and pulling her up before turning and whipping her into the ropes. She bounces off and Chad hits a powerslam. He goes for the pin.

Selena gets her shoulder up. Kayl started to enter again. Selena rolls over and starts to get up and Chad turns and grabs her and pulls her between his legs. He then looks around and goes for a powerbomb, but Selena counters with a sunset flip.

Chad kicks out. Both get up and Chad goes for a clothesline. Selena ducks and stops, grabs his head and hits the Cold Snapmare towards the corner and Selena rolls through tags in Kayl. Kayl slingshots in and Chad starts to get up and Kayl promptly hits a knee to the head of Chad. The crowd ohs and Kayl goes for the pin.

Chad shoots his shoulder up. Kayl looks up before we see Selena suddenly disappears from view, dropping to the floor. Hudson turns and stands over her and looks around.

Sharper: “Nearfall. Kayl nearly had Chad.”

Knots: “Where the hell did Selena go? Did she need more attention?”

Sharper: “Stop it! I don’t know….Hudson is standing over her…”

We cut to see Selena down on the ground, holding her ankle. She winces before rolling over and looking up. Kayl turns and looks at Josh. Josh just shrugs and smiles.

Josh: “You want this. You and I do it…not with her!”

Just then, Chad grabs Kayl and hits a release German suplex. He rolls over, holding his jaw and turns and dives, tagging in Giovanni Aries. Aries enters the ring. He then storms over to Kayl and starts to pull him up. He then hits the Bad Trip. He goes for the pin.

Kayl kicks out. Raynes then starts to yell at the official to check Selena. The official turns as Aries stomps Kayl in the face and then again. Josh tells the official to go away. Selena crawls to the barricade, holding her ankle and starts to pull herself up.

REPLAY:

We see Selena step through the ropes and Hudson quickly slew-foots her, causing her to fall awkwardly to the apron and to the floor, holding her ankle.

Josh keeps telling the referee to get away as Andrew Raynes keeps trying to get the official to check on Selena. Josh then rolls his eyes.

Sharper: “That explains it. Hudson took Selena’s legs out from under her as she was exiting. Really subtle, but huge.”

Knots: “But look! He’s still trying to compete. He doesn’t want the referee to end it for Selena.”

Sharper: “She’s not the legal woman. Technically, this could be a handicap match and look out! Josh Hudson! He’s going right for Andrew Raynes!”

Knots: “Maybe something between Regan Street and Josh Hudson agreed to here after the Dylan Howell situation!”

Hudson runs across and nails Raynes with a hard right and then another. Raynes falls off as Hudson turns to Chad, knocking him off. He starts to head out to go after them. Chad just backs off as Raynes turns and goes to grab at Hudson. The referee runs over break them up as Giovanni Aries grabs Kayl and Kayl hits a jawbreaker, but as he does, we see someone hop the barricade. Ace Marshall can be seen standing as the figure, Memphis Cade, slides into the ring. The crowd roars and Giovanni Aries turns and right into a springboard spear from Memphis Cade. Cade rolls out of the ring as Kayl grabs at the ropes and starts to slowly pull himself up, unaware of Cade’s involvement.

Sharper: “What the hell? That’s Memphis Cade! Memphis Cade spearing Giovanni Aries!”

Knots: “Ace Marshall is jumping up and down. Is Cade with Ace? I thought he had better judgement that that!”

Sharper: “The referee distracted! Kayl I don’t think realized either!”

Aries slowly turns and starts to get up and Kayl sees him stirring and dives at him with the running knee, the tail end of the Point Blank. He goes for the pin. Hudson backs up and the official sees the cover.

Raynes slides in as Chad just watches.

The crowd roars.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via pinfall, Donovan Kayl, Josh Hudson and Selena Frost!”

Ace is shown throwing his popcorn up in the air as he and Cassidy start to leave. Kayl rolls over and looks around before going over to Selena who is now on her feet, looking in the ring, hobbling a bit. She then leans on the apron. Kayl checks on her as Hudson smirks and rolls to the floor and starts to head to the back. Raynes throws his arms up.

Sharper: “A stunning end…”

Knots: “Cade attacking Giovanni Aries and then Kayl with the Point Blank!”

Sharper: “And Selena may be hurt. But her, Josh and Kayl, they’ve moved on. Somehow!”

Knots: “Ace is happy! That’s at least one thing.”

Raynes looks around and shakes his head before Kayl helps Selena and start to help her around the ring to the back. Selena grits her teeth, clearly annoyed as Josh disappears to the back.

We then open up backstage to see Owen Cruze backstage. The crowd cheers a bit as we see Kayla Jones standing with him.

Kayla: “You ready? I’m not going to sugar coat this. This is going to be huge. You’re going to have butterflies and better not screw up.”

Owen: “I got it. I got it.”

We then see Jessica Winters walking over towards Owen.

Jessica: “Owen, may I get a word?”

Owen nods and steps forward.

Jessica: “Owen…it’s your debut. It’s finally happening and on a big stage here at Trios Tournament. You’ve been training for a long time now but this is a very different situation.”

Owen: “It is and I know how lucky I am to be here in this spot. I know that there are a lot of people on the indies angry that I’m here. I know that I’m going to have everyone looking to take me down. But I’m thankful for the opportunity. The opportunity to compete tonight, but also to continue my father’s legacy and I just hope he’s going to be proud of what I do tonight-“

Sienna Swann then walks into the view in her entrance attire. Laura Steinbeck and the Truelove Twins are with her.

Sienna: “Don’t worry Owen…win tonight and he’ll be very, very proud of you. Just remember what we talked about.”

Owen: “Yeah….yeah I will.”

Sienna turns to Kayla.

Sienna: “Ready?”

Kayla: “Always.”

Sienna: “Then lets be perfect.”

The crowd boos a bit as we cut to the ring.

Amy Chastaine, Ravyn Taylor & Helena Merriman vs. Sienna Swann, Owen Cruze & Kayla Jones

Quarterfinals of the 2018 Trios Tournament

Blue and white lights flash in time with the music and the words:

"Tear me down, it won't build you up"

Amy Chastaine comes through the curtain just as the tempo of New Years Day's "Relentless" picks up with the chorus, the lights flashing to keep up. With one hand she flips her hair out of her face, with a confident grin, gazing out at the cheering crowd. She starts down the ramp, greeting fans along the way.

Phillips: “This is the final quarterfinals match of the 2018 Trios Tournament and is scheduled for onefall with a thirty minute time limit. First, team one, making her way to the ring, representing B.A.E., from New Orleans, Louisiana, Amy Chastaine!"

Amy gets in the ring by hopping up on the apron, and stepping between the second and third ropes. She goes to the second rope in the corner near the ring steps, and poses for the fans, one arm in the air, the other on her hip, a smile for the cheering fans. Amy hops down and goes to the opposite corner, and does the same pose. Amy then hops down and awaits the start of her match as the music fades and the light stop flashing.

Sharper: “Amy Chastaine looking to win this tournament. See what she can do, but she’s got an interesting partner.”

Knots: “Kennedy and her already aware. Ravyn Taylor…one of the architects who screwed over Kennedy. Smearing her name. And they have to be partners.”

Sharper: “One thing though, is that Amy is a pro.”

Knots: “So was Tommy, I figured.”

Sharper: “Well…”

"One Woman Army" by Porcelain Black plays. The imposing force dubbed by her mentor, One Woman Army, saunters down to the ring driven by a sense of purpose.

Phillips: “Her partner, from Venice Beach, California, she is the One Woman Army, Helena Merriman!”

She hops on the ring apron. Uses the ropes to springboard herself into the ring. She stretches her long legs in the corner waiting for the match to begin.

Sharper: “Helena Merriman in a tough position. A potentially volatile team, but also a big opportunity here. She could give herself a lot of power here early on.”

Knots: “She’s got to focus. On Breakdown, she wasn’t. This isn’t attacking Brittany from behind. She needs to focus on getting it done in the ring!”

Darkness engulfs the arena as we hear the eerie sound of something tapping against glass. After a few moments there comes a whisper in the sound of a woman’s voice of one short, iconic word – “NEVERMORE”. With that we hear the opening from “Open Your Eyes” by Guano Apes.

“Hide your face forever
Dream and search forever-ever-ever-ever”

The song gets stuck on the word, and is then interrupted by the deep sound of the voice of Marilyn Manson.

“Just lay your head in daddy’s lap
You’re a bad girl!”

“Bad Girl” by Avril Lavigne hits the PA system as the lights come back up and we see the screens playing images of Ravyn Taylor’s various antics in and out of the ring. After a few moments the curtains part and Ravyn steps out on to the stage with a smirk on her face. She’s dressed in ring gear that includes her normal ring jacket covering a small, revealing bra top and a pair of skin tight hot-pants with the words ‘BAD GIRL’ across the back. She stops on the stage, twirling for the camera almost mockingly. CHBK walks out with her.

Phillips: “And finally, accompanied by CHBK, representing Dark Fantasy, from Hell, Michigan, she is the Bad, Bad Girl, Ravyn Taylor!”

After a few moments she starts to make her way down to ringside and then steps up the ring steps, wiping her feet on the apron before vaulting over the top turnbuckle and rolling back to her feet. CHBK follows her down. Ravyn walks over to the far corner of the ring, stepping on to the middle turnbuckle and removes her ring jacket, looking down at herself with a look of admiration before stepping off the turnbuckle again. She folds the jacket up and places it in the corner before looking at Amy and smirking. Amy just watches her as CHBK stands in the corner, watching Amy as well.

Sharper: “Look who is with Ravyn. After CHBK didn’t join Syren, obviously, they’ve called an audible.”

Knots: “Or maybe that was by design. I’m hearing that Ravyn has been saying they’ve got people planning to run in. They’ve got plans on top of plans!”

Sharper: “CHBK coming out either way if obviously to make sure a repeat of earlier doesn’t happen. I don’t know if arrogance or if it was just a mistake CHBK wasn’t out earlier…we’re looking into that.”

Knots: “Meanwhile, what about the fact that Ravyn and CHBK are the plotters and they’ve been pretty quiet about themselves in this tournament. They’ve focused on Syren.”

Sharper: “Ravyn even pointing that out. Everyone is focusing on Syren, but then again, Ravyn Taylor, when she’s quiet, when she’s in the shadows, that’s when she’s the most dangerous and I wonder if that was by design. Put the spotlight on Syren to cover up more. Just what is that more if that.”

The lights turn a violent shade of red for the next contest, as strobe lighting goes off. The intro to Within Temptation’s “The Howling” kicks in as the big screen lights up with the name ‘Kayla Marie S. Jones’. Out from behind the curtain steps Kayla Jones, a broad smile upon her face as she stretches out a fist in the air.

Phillips: “And their opponents, first, representing the Sisterhood, from Boston, Massachusetts, she is Kayla Jones!”

She slowly begins to make her way down to the ring; arms outstretched as she high fives some of the fans at the barriers. Kayla reaches ringside, making a lap around the ring as she meets and greets some of her fans along the way. She hops up onto the apron, rising her fist in the air once more before flipping over the ropes. She spins on the spot, before dropping to her knees, arms stretched into the air as a blast of pyro emits from each of the four turnbuckles.

Sharper: “Kayla Jones for the second straight year teaming with Sienna Swann. So there is familiarity. And they’ve been showing a clear willingness to work together.”

Knots: “Why not. You get Sienna on your side. She’s happy. Everyone is happy. And Kayla, Sisterhood could do plenty. But what about Owen Cruze?”

Sharper: “We saw that vignette. Owen Cruze a good young man, but this is a huge tournament and big debut for the young man.”

A red carpet is rolled out with a few photographers positioned toward the entrance position, the woman by the name of Laura Steinbeck along with the Truelove Twins directs everyone to take their positions just as the arena goes dark. Suddenly one lone spotlight shines in entrance where smoke begins to come out and surround the stage. “Style" by Taylor Swift begins to play throughout the arena, the Tron plays the Video of her various photo-shoots, training, fighting, swimsuits, lingerie and walking through nightclubs with men gawking over her in skin tight dresses. Then Angel, Sienna Swann walks out with her head down as the crowd boos. Sienna then extends her arms and reveals the large golden angel wings that are part of her entrance gear, she looks around at the crowd and smirks, posing as the camera flashes begin to pepper down on her from the “paparazzi” staged around her, Laura making sure that they take plenty of pics of The Beautiful Angel before making her way to the ring, Laura instructs the Twins to follow her to the ring as she disappears to the back with the photographers….

Phillips: “Her partner, representing Past, Present, Future, from Johannesburg, South Africa, she is the Real Perfect Ten, Sienna Swann!”

Sienna walks down to the ring, looking around and blowing kisses when one of the fans touches her. She stops, turns to the Truelove Twins who take out a sanitizing wipe and disinfect the area she was touched. Satisfied she continues to the apron, climbing up the stairs and to the top rope, posing with her wings spread wide. She looks up to the rafters as a gold spotlight like the light of heaven shines down on her as gold glitter begins to rain down on the entire arena. Sienna smirks and hops into the ring, spreading her arms out and smiling before taking off her wings from help of the Twins, they make their way out of the ring and to the back while Sienna stands, patiently waiting for the start of the match posing and showing off her assets to the crowd as they continue to give a mix reaction to the former South African Beauty Queen and model. We cut to Ravyn who looks across, as Sienna glances at her too.

Sharper: “No love lost here between Sienna Swann and Ravyn Taylor. Remember their wars over the Women’s Championship.”

Knots: “And Sienna took the last title. Ravyn didn’t get it and that’s just part of everything they did. That was a motivator. Just…and now they face tonight in this tournament.”

The lights dim and flicker, as a voice booms throughout the arena.

“All I ever wanted was to leave a legacy. Something with which I would be remembered”

The voice is easily recognizable, and an ‘Icon’ chant starts to roll through the arena, as Steven Coopers ‘Born to Do’ kicks in, Owen Cruze stepping nervously out onto the stage.

Phillips: “Their final partner, from Los Angeles, California, making his debut, he is Owen Cruze!”

With a simple nod and a salute, Owen makes his way down the rampway towards the ring/ Owen jumps up onto the apron and turns, leaning back against the ropes, his arms either side of him. Owen steps into the ring and makes his way to every side of the ring applauding the fans with a huge grin on his face before standing in the center of the ring, and looking up at the arena lights nodding his head. Owen then runs to the ropes and bounces off them, before heading to his corner and waiting for the match to begin.

Sharper: “That young man, out last, the man making his debut. The son of Orlando Cruze. And talk about butterflies.”

Knots: “Don’t screw up. You don’t want a pissed off Perfect Ten…and I don’t mean the retired fraud that’s mentoring you.”

Sharper: “Stop it. Kelcey Wallace is who Jon is referring to. Shaun Cruze asking her to get involved.”

Knots: “And that could piss off Owen’s mother, Taylor Cruze who I hear isn’t pleased about this. But here we go.”

Kayla and Amy start the match as Ravyn exits. Sienna does too and Owen exits last.

Sharper: “And the two most experienced competitors starting us off. Kayla Jones and Amy Chastaine!”

Knots: “And both red-heads too!”

The bell sounds. Kayla and Amy circle and lock-up in the middle of the ring. They push back on one another and Amy turns into a side headlock. The crowd cheers a bit. She pulls back a bit and Kayla pulls her into the ropes and fires her off. Amy bounces off and Kayla steps forward and Amy shoulders her down. She runs into the ropes. Kayla rolls towards her. Amy hops over and bounces off the other side. Kayla hits a leapfrog. Amy ducks under and bounces off the other side and Kayla goes for a hip toss. Amy blocks it and nails her in the ribs. She then spins her into the ropes. Kayla bounces off and Amy hits a back elbow. She goes for the pin.

Kayla kicks out. Both get up and Amy grabs her and forearms her in the jaw. She forearms her again and pushes her into the ropes and goes to whip her across. Kayla spins through and sends Amy in. Amy bounces off and Kayla goes for a clothesline. Amy ducks and stops and hits a dropkick. Kayla hits the mat.

Sharper: “Dropkick takes down Kayla. Amy now for the pin.

Kayla kicks out. She turns and starts to get up and Amy gets up and grabs Kayla and pulls her up before turning back and looking at Ravyn and Helena before then tagging in Ravyn. The crowd roars. Ravyn enters the ring and Amy holds Kayla up and Ravyn smiles before kicking Kayla in the ribs. Amy and Ravyn watch one another as Ravyn then wrenches the arm of Kayla. She then jerks on the arm. She then chops her in the chest. She chops her again. Kayla ends up at the ropes. Ravyn whips her across. Kayla bounces off and Ravyn hits a back elbow. She goes for the pin.

Kayla kicks out. She turns and starts to get up and Ravyn grabs her and hooks her up with a side headlock. She then hits a palm strike. Kayla winces and moves to the corner. Ravyn walks over and grabs her and whips her across the ring. Kayla hits the corner and Ravyn just stays in the corner and Kayla jumps up and goes to float over, but Kayla lands, realizes Ravyn’s not there and Ravyn hits a clothesline. She goes for the pin.

Kayla kicks out.

Sharper: “And Ravyn showing her ability to just foresee so much. Add CHBK in her corner and they are as dangerous as ever.”

Knots: “Kayla thought Ravyn would run after. Most would. Ravyn didn’t and caught her.”

Ravyn then pulls Kayla up and nails her with a forearm shot and then another before whipping her into the ropes. Kayla bounces off and Ravyn kicks her in the ribs. She turns and runs into the ropes and goes for a running boot. Kayla dodges and Ravyn stops and turns and Kayla jumps up and hits a frankensteiner. The crowd roars. Ravyn gets back up and Kayla hits a back kick. She then pulls her in and snaps her over with a vertical suplex. She then turns and Sienna immediately tags herself in. Sienna enters as the crowd roars. Ravyn starts to get up and Sienna runs over and stomps Ravyn in the back and then again and again and again. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Repeated stomps by Sienna! Sienna and Ravyn, we mentioned their history, and Sienna Swann going after Ravyn.”

Knots; “Forcing herself into the ring. The moment Kayla was there, she tagged in.”

Sienna then grabs Ravyn and pulls her up and knees her in the ribs before nailing her with a hard right. Ravyn falls back into the neutral corner. Sienna then moves in and starts to choke her with her boot.

The crowd gives a mixed reaction as Sienna looks around, smiling. She then grabs Ravyn and pulls her out of the corner and whips her across. Ravyn hits the corner and Sienna runs after and Ravyn gets a boot up. The crowd ohs. Sienna turns around and Ravyn runs out and hits a running facebuster. Ravyn stirs and slowly gets up. She looks around before grabbing Sienna and dragging her up and Sienna rakes Ravyn’s eyes. Ravyn staggers back. Sienna turns and grabs her before Ravyn rakes her eyes. Sienna turns away and Ravyn does too.

Sharper: “A bit of turnabout for both. Both going for the eyes!”

Knots: “Both going to their corners too for the tag!”

Ravyn turns and Helena tags herself in. Sienna moves back to the corner where Kayla tags herself in. Helena tells Kayla to come at her. Kayla smirks and runs at her. Helena goes for a clothesline. Kayla ducks and jumps to the middle rope and dives back with a crossbody into a pin.

Helena kicks out. Kayla rolls through. Both get up and Helena turns and Kayla kicks her in the ribs. She then wrenches her arm and goes for a back kick. Helena ducks and spins around. Kayla turns and Helena scoops her up and slams her down. Kayla gets up and Helena hits another scoop slam. Kayla gets up a third time and Helena runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a low dropkick to Kayla. Kayla hits the mat and Helena goes for the pin.

Kayla kicks out. She turns and Helena turns and grabs her and drags her up. She then whips her into the ropes. Kayla bounces off the ropes. Helena scoops her up, but Kayla lands behind her. Helena turns around and Kayla runs past her, jumps to the middle rope and backflips back into a reverse DDT. She then turns and rolls over and tags in Sienna Swann. Swann climbs up to the top rope. Helena remains down and Sienna dives off, hitting the Swann-ton Bomb. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Swann-ton Bomb! From the top!”

Knots: “Right onto the chest of Helena. That could be it. Add the extra shot with Helena taking out one of Sienna’s mentors in Brittany Lohan! Now she can eliminate her and Ravyn Taylor from the tournament!”

She turns for the pin.

Helena kicks out. Sienna looks up and then grabs her. She starts to pull Helena up and looks at her before saying something to her and nailing her with a forearm shot and then another. Helena falls back into the corner. Sienna hits a shoot kick to the ribs and then another and another. She then grabs Helena and goes to whip her across, but Helena spins through and sends her in. Helena runs after and nails her with a running splash. The crowd roars and Helena runs into the ropes and hits a running bulldog. She then turns and tags in Amy Chastaine. Chastaine enters and Sienna slowly stirs and Amy rolls her over and hooks the leg.

Sienna kicks out. Amy turns and grabs her and pulls her up and hits a vertical suplex. She then gets up and runs into the ropes, bouncing off and hitting a running leg drop. She then gets up as Sienna pulls away.

Sharper: “Amy right now, looking to add to the punishment. Sienna Swann may be the key to their team, or maybe the biggest threat and that’s not shot to Owen Cruze or Kayla Jones.”

Knots: “Kayla Jones is the tag team specialist. But Sienna Swann…future World Champion. Owen Cruze is the unknown!”

Sharper: “Still waiting to see what happens when Owen Cruze enters this match.”

Amy grabs Sienna and slowly pull her up and Amy nails her with a forearm shot. She then kicks her in the ribs. She then scoops her up and slams her down with the front slam. Amy turns and goes to the corner and pulls herself up onto the middle turnbuckle. She looks around and then dives forward with a front elbow drop. She goes for the pin.

Sienna kicks out again. She rolls over and Amy gets up and Sienna stirs. Amy grabs her and Sienna hits a leg trip. Amy hits the mat and rolls over. She starts to get up and Sienna then runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a running boot. The crowd ohs. Amy hits the mat and Sienna staggers around. She then turns to Owen Cruze and looks at him before pointing at Amy and tagging him in. The crowd cheers as Owen enters the ring.

Knots: “Time to see what this kid has! Sienna giving him his marching orders.”

Sharper: “And against the most experienced person on the other team too. Amy Chastaine.”

Owen looks at Amy as Amy starts to stir. Sienna and Kayla both tell him to go for it and Owen runs over to Amy and grabs her and pulls her up before then jumping up and hitting a hurricanrana into a pin.

Amy kicks out. Both get up and Owen grabs Amy’s arm and wrenches it. He looks around and runs to the corner and climbs to the middle rope and then the top, before slipping a bit. He climbs back up and Amy turns and pulls him off. Owen rolls through. Amy then gets up and Owen turns and Amy hits a dropkick.

Sharper: “A bit of nerovousness as Owen tries to go too fast there early.”

Knots: “Amy immediately taking advantage. Nice hurricanrana, but not what Sienna and Kayla wanted!”

Amy gets up and grabs Owen and pulls him up and then whips him into the ropes. Owen bounces off and goes for a back elbow. Owen flips under it. The crowd roars. He then jumps up to the middle rope and dives over with a crossbody. The crowd cheers as Owen rolls through. Both get up and Owen runs past Amy. Amy watches as Owen jumps to the middle rope and dives back with a clothesline. He takes Amy down. Amy rolls over and gets up and Owen runs over and grabs her and goes to whip her across into the corner. Owen then runs after and Amy drills him with both boots. Owen staggers back and Amy steps out and kicks him in the ribs and hits the Vortex. The crowd ohs. She then turns and hooks the leg.

Owen kicks out. He turns and Amy gets up and tags in Ravyn. Ravyn enters and smirks before looking at Owen as he gets up and boots him in the back of the head. Owen winces and Ravyn nudges him again with her boot. Amy just shakes her head, clearly unhappy with Ravyn’s follow up.

Sharper: “Ravyn humiliating Owen here.”

Knots: “What she does. Trying to get under her skin.”

Sharper: “I’m still stunned Amy and Ravyn are actually functioning as a team.”

Knots: “Amy’s a pro and Ravyn knows that’s killing her inside. I wouldn’t be so nice. Not with what they did to Kennie.”

CHBK looks on as Ravyn then nudges Owen again and Owen then pushes her away. Ravyn then stomps him in the head. Owen rolls over. He gets up and Ravyn kicks him in the ribs. She forearms him in the jaw. Owen falls to the ropes. Ravyn then nails him again before pulling him out and hitting a drop toe hold. She gets up and runs into the ropes, bouncing off and hitting a running knee drop. She rolls him over and goes for the pin.

Owen kicks out. Both get up and Ravyn measures Owen and hits him with a dropkick. Owen falls back into the ropes, landing throat first on the middle ropes. Ravyn walks over and starts to choke him on the ropes, kneeling on his back.

Ravyn steps off and walks back to the middle of the ring. The referee reprimands her and CHBK takes this opportunity to drill Owen with a hard right hand. Owen falls back as the crowd boos loudly. CHBK smirks. Amy turns and snaps at him. CHBK ignores her.

Sharper: “Come on! A cheap shot. CHBK taking it. Ravyn having the official distracted.”

Knots: “Just giving Owen a welcome I guess to SCW.”

Sharper: “The one who we used to call the epitome of this company, CHBK, just….I’m in disbelief.”

Ravyn then hits a knee drop to Owen and goes for the pin.

Owen kicks out. He turns and Ravyn grabs her and pulls him up. She then kicks him in the ribs. Owen falls to the corner. Ravyn forearms him in the jaw and then again and again before placing his head against the top rope and raking it against it. Ravyn smirks as she walks around. Owen moves away, holding his eye. He starts to get up and Ravyn walks over and grabs him from behind. Owen however fights it and elbows her in the jaw and then again before turning and pulling her in and hitting a DDT. The crowd roars. Owen looks around and gets up as Sienna yells at him to get up keep going and Owen jumps to the middle rope and hits a lionsault. He goes for the pin.

Ravyn shoots her shoulder up. CHBK looks on and turns and snaps at a fan before turning back to the ring and Owen runs at the ropes and hits a dropkick into CHBK, knocking him back. The crowd erupts in cheers.

Knots: “Hahaha! Yes! Take that you asshole!”

Sharper: “Owen Cruze with a receipt!”

Helena and Amy smile as the crowd cheers. Owen then turns and looks at Ravyn as Ravyn gets up and Ravyn lunges, but Owen rolls past her and tags in Kayla. Kayla springboards to the top rope and Ravyn turns and Kayla lands on her shoulders with a hurricanrana.

Ravyn kicks out. Both women get up and Kayla pushes Ravyn into the ropes before firing her across. Ravyn bounces off and Kayla hits a dropkick. She then turns and Ravyn gets back up and Kayla runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a Shining Wizard. She goes for the pin.

Ravyn shoots her shoulder up as Helena starts to enter. Ravyn rolls over and Kayla starts to get up. She turns and runs over and nails Helena with a shot. She turns back and grabs Ravyn, but Ravyn suddenly slips under her arm and pulls her legs back, hitting the Black Plume. The crowd ohs and Kayla rolls over, arching her back in pain. Ravyn then starts to get up. Kayla pulls herself up slowly.

Sharper: “Black Plume. Ravyn, always crafty.”

Knots: “And always finding a way to get her opponent down. I hate it more than ever!”

Sharper: “And Kayla fighting back up, but right into Ravyn.”

Ravyn grabs her and double underhooks her before hitting the Natural Selection. She rolls her over and hooks the leg.

Owen breaks it up. Sienna pumps her fist in happiness as Ravyn rolls over. She winces and turns and reaches out for a tag. Helena immediately takes it and climbs up to the top rope. She then dives off and hits an elbow drop to the chest of Kayla. She goes for the pin.

Owen breaks it up again. Helena rolls off. Ravyn rolls to the apron. Helena gets up and grabs Kayla and pulls her up and nails her with a forearm and then another before getting her into the corner. She then hits a series of hard rights and lefts before pulling her up. She then hits a scoop slam. She turns and goes to the corner. She climbs up to the top rope. Sienna however starts to shake the ropes and Helena hops down and runs along the ropes and nails Sienna with a shot. The crowd roars. Sienna falls off. She turns around and Kayla suddenly nails her with an enziguri kick. Helena falls over and Kayla rolls over. Sienna shakes her head and pulls herself back up and demands the tag. Kayla turns and tags her in.

Sharper: “Helena may have just enraged Sienna more.”

Knots: “Helena says she wants competition. Sienna’s going to give it to her!”

Sienna enters and runs at Helena and nails her with a clothesline. Helena gets back up and Sienna runs into the ropes, bounces off and then steps forward with a kick to the ribs and then a hard right and then a left before hitting a series of other strikes for the Angel’s Wrath. The crowd boos and Sienna backs up and goes for a spinning kick to the head, but Helena ducks and knees her in the ribs before nailing her with a forearm and then a jaw to the shoulder before a kick to the chest. She falls to a seated position and Helena runs into the ropes, bounces off, hitting a stomp to her back before running forward, bouncing off and hitting a running dropkick to the face of Sienna. Sienna rolls over in pain. Helena turns and tags in Amy. Amy enters as the crowd roars.

Knots: “What?! Helena outlasted Sienna?!”

Sharper: “Sienna came in with a flurry and Helena answered in kind! She was ready there! In comes Amy!”

Sienna gets up and Amy grabs her and hits a DDT. She goes for the pin.

Owen breaks it up. Amy rolls off. She starts to get up and grabs Sienna. She pulls her up and chops her. The crowd woos. She chops her again. More woos. She then goes to whip her into the ropes, but Sienna spins through and sends her in. Amy bounces off the ropes and Sienna hits a powerslam. Sienna looks up and then gets up and smiles before going to the corner. She jumps to the middle rope and then to the top rope before going for a moonsault. Amy catches her with her knees. Sienna pops up and Amy goes for an inside cradle.

Sienna kicks out. The crowd ohs. Both get up and Amy runs into the ropes. She bounces off and Sienna jumps up and hits a crescent kick. The crowd ohs and Sienna falls to the ropes. She then smiles and looks around. She then walks over and grabs Amy. She pulls her up and clubs her in the back and then again. She goes for the vertical suplex. Amy however spins through and lands behind her. Amy turns and runs into the ropes. Helena tags herself in and Amy runs at Sienna and Amy turns and Sienna hits a back elbow. Amy hits the mat and rolls to the floor only for Helena to hit a springboard into a crossbody into a pin.

Kayla and Owen break it up. They start to exit as Helena rolls over. She starts to get up and Sienna stirs.

Sharper: “Sienna is on her back foot here. Helena and Amy have gotten to her here.”

Knots: “Owen Cruze and Kayla Jones helping her out. The teamwork may be making up for it.”

Sharper: “Helena still has Sienna in a bad way.”

Helena grabs Sienna and nails her with a hard right and then another. She then whips her into the ropes. Sienna bounces off and Helena hits a back drop. She looks around, pumping up the crowd. Sienna gets up and Helena kicks her in the ribs. She then spins her around and locks Sienna in a full nelson. She looks around as the crowd roars, but Sienna then slides down and pulls her forward and into a victory roll pin.

Helena kicks out. Both women get up and Sienna suddenly drills Helena with the Kiss of an Angel. The crowd ohs and Helena just drops. Kayla enters the ring. Amy hops onto the apron as Owen enters, following Kayla’s lead. Ravyn and Amy both enter and Kayla dive on top of Amy as Ravyn tries to go for Owen’s eyes, but he pulls away, just enough as the count is made.

The bell sounds.

Sharper: “And out of nowhere. Kiss of an Angel. Ravyn and Amy weren’t ready for it, and Sienna, Kayla and Owen move on!”

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via pinfall, Sienna Swann, Owen Cruze & Kayla Jones!”

Knots: “Ravyn and Amy tried, but Kayla, a tag team specialist in her own right, she got in there. Owen followed. Smart man!”

Sharper: “Indeed and Sienna, Kayla and Owen were a bit more well-oiled. Helena Merriman thought she had it, but Sienna Swann, even on her back foot…caught her and then did not hesitate. Kiss of an Angel and our four semi-finals teams are set!”

Ravyn rolls out of the ring and looks around as CHBK walks over and joins her. They say something to each other before starting to head to the back with CHBK looking up at the big screen. Sienna smirks seeing Ravyn leaving as Amy remains on the floor and then turns and glares at Ravyn and CHBK.

Knots: “Come on! Do it!”

Sharper: “No Jon…Maybe that’s what they want. Plus, look, CHBK is looking at the big screen. They’ve turned their backs on Amy intentionally here. Trying to get her to play a card if she wants.”

Knots: “Damn it.”

CHBK and Ravyn head to the back as Helena remains down in the ring. Owen, Kayla and Sienna celebrate in the ring.

The Trios Tournament logo comes up on the screen and we see the brackets come up.

Sharper: “As we mentioned, our four teams have moved on. Our semi-finals look like this. In a few moments, we’ll see Regan Street, Torsten Voigt & Alexis Quinne face Bree Mason, Lexi von Aaron & Jason Helms.”

Knots: “That’ll be interesting. The Helms connection with Regan. Bree and Regan also are friends. This could be interesting.”

Sharper: “And then we just saw Sienna Swann, Owen Cruze and Kayla Jones move on. Selena Frost, Josh Hudson and Donovan Kayl await them.”

Knots: “No, no. Josh Hudson and Donovan Kayl do. Come on, we need an alternate. Selena’s hurt. And trust me, Sienna Swann doesn’t need to be facing Selena Frost!”

Sharper: “We’re following that situation and more here and well, let’s go backstage here in Philly.”

We open up backstage as we see Josh Hudson in the backstage area with Dean Black.

Josh: “Come on. Let me go. We’ll go first.”

Black: “Not going to fall for that Josh. We both know why you’re looking at it. The schedule is the schedule.”

Josh: “Screw it. We talk about competition all around in this hellhole. We want to go first. If Selena can’t go, she’s gone. We all know there are alternates here.”

Black: “When your match is up, then we’ll reevaluate.”

Josh just shakes his head before turning and snapping at Black.

Josh: “You’re lucky that I don’t feel like just stretching you where you stand.”

Josh turns and heads off as Black shakes his head.

We then see Ace Marshall high-fiving Memphis Cade backstage by their locker room. Cassidy Carter high-fives him too as Memphis Cade just smiles. The crowd boos seeing him.

Ace: “Well thank God you’re here.”

Cassidy: “Yeah…I can thank God too. Finally someone here with a pulse. Not that stiff Alistaire.”

Memphis: “Well I was wondering what caused you to wait for so long. I mean you needed someone to take care of that dimwit and you needed someone who actually knows how to party. I’m the obvious choice.”

Cassidy: “Damn right and we have every reason to party.”

Ace: “Giovanni Aries can just seethe like the idiot he is. Alistaire’s not here so we can actually not have to worry about babysitting. Especially with Ravyn and Syren probably pissed off. I can only see that ending badly.”

Cassidy: “They may just kill him. That’s not the worst.”

Ace: “But he’s my first World Champion.”

Memphis: “Sadly.”

Ace shrugs.

Ace: “Whatever. Let’s go celebrate this. Let Giovanni mutter to whoever cares about his Lizard King.”

Cassidy: “Just be ready for Breakdown. We’re going to the next level with this all.”

Memphis: “Can’t wait.”

The scene cuts away.

We then open up to see Syren pacing in her locker room.

Syren: “That son of a bitch!”

Ravyn just looks at Syren and sighs as CHBK can be seen trying to calm her down.

Syren: “Twice?! He just attacked me twice! I didn’t have a chance to win it for the fourth time!”

CHBK: “And Tommy tosses away his chance too.”

Ravyn: “I’m a bit more disappointed no one came out given what I told the roster.”

CHBK: “Well we are pretty much enemy number one.”

Ravyn: “And I was offering a Trios Tournament cash-in on their behalf. A shame. I didn’t realize so few people were as motivated as we are here.”

CHBK: “And that’s to our benefit.”

Syren sits down on the couch.

CHBK: “As for Tommy, we know that could be a possibility.”

Ravyn: “Actually planned for it.”

Syren: “Doesn’t make it easier.”

CHBK: “Then we make it easier.”

Ravyn: “That we can do.”

Syren: “Well I’m going to focus on making sure Jake Starr doesn’t walk out World Champion. I know I can do that. I’ve done that before.”

Ravyn: “Do you really need to doubt us?”

Syren: “Not in the slightest. I just feel bad for him. Had he just thought instead of acted…”

Ravyn: “Had you done that, you may not be World Champion.”

Syren: “True…but now Tommy will have nothing. Just Jake.”

CHBK: “That’s a fate worse than death.”

We then cut away.

Regan Street, Alexis Quinne & Torsten Voigt vs. Bree Mason, Lexi von Aaron & Jason Helms

Semi-Finals of the 2018 Trios Tournament

The arena goes dark and the sound of a Hellcat scratching through the screen is seen with a roar. Fireworks blast off the entrance as “Who's Next” by Porcelain Black plays throughout the arena. The beautiful and confident Regan Street walks out in her catsuit with Mikaela. She stands at the entrance way looking out into the crowd as they shower her with boos and cat calls. She looks to Mikaela before looking around at the crowd, rolling her eyes and then smirking before walking to the ring determined for her next match. Regan starts to jaw jack to the crowd, yelling obscenities at them and ripping on her partner before reaching ringside.

The eyes all focus on the stage as A Stranger I Remain hits over the P.A System. The lights begin to flash violet, silver and black crowd starts to buzz and cheer. As the crowd looks on and the song kicks into gear, smoke fills up the stage. The lights continue to flash black and purple. From there, the crowd sees Alexis Quinne walk out dressed in black and purple Varsity Jacket, and a half white, half black and purple V for Vendetta mask with El Rudo's mask around her neck and a black baseball bat in her hands. Quinne doesn't waste any time storming to the ring. Alexis walks down to the ring, looking up at Regan.

Behind her Torsten Voigt steps out effecting some of the cheers as the crowd goes back to booing. He ignores it as Alexis turns to see him fastly approaching ringside.

Phillips: “This is a semi finals contest in the 2018 Trio’s Tournament. Introducing first, the team of Regan Street, Alexis Quinne and Torsten Voigt!”

Regan Street gets to the apron and hops up to the ring; she flips over the ropes back first to the boos as Torsten steps down first before jumping up and stepping over the top rope beside her. Alexis waits on the outside, keeping her eyes on Regan.

Sharper: “Still tension here, in the prior match up Regan did everything she could to keep Alexis out of the match. Will we be seeing that here as well?”

Knots: “Alexis managed to sneak in at the end, perhaps they can focus more on team work, I don’t know. Just do what Regan tells you to do!”

She shakes her head before stepping over to the corner and sliding in on the opposite side from her partners as “Torture” by Picture Me Broken begins to play and the lights in the arena go black. The entrance is surrounded in a dark blue black light. The camera moves to the big screen "Lexi Von Aaron" appears on the screen and then it shatters into fragments as glass as the shards fly aways we see the words "Lost Lexxxi" in its place. Lexi standing in the entrance with a pissed off expression on her face. She is wearing A Black fur coat,a Black halter top that has "#GetLost" written in white on it. Velvet short shorts that are half black and Half Red With #GodsBitch Written on the ass. She is also wearing black fishnet stockings with one red boot and one black with GET written in red on the black and LOST on the black. She holds the Tag Team Championship over her shoulder and looks down at it briefly before raising it in the air. She proceeds to drop it to the ground before kicking it down the rampway.

She is barely halfway to the ring when the horns to "I'm Worth It" by Fifth Harmony begin as the lights dim somewhat, and a few white spotlights dance on the stage in time to the music. Bree Mason appears as Lexi looks up from where she was on the rampway, appearing offended. She turns and starts going back up the ramp toward Bree as Blake steps out. Lexi starts yelling something about interrupting her entrance. Bree turns to her and tries to tell her to move it along.

“WHO KNEW YOU’D BE HATED FOR BEING WHO YOU ARE…

AND BE A BIG TARGET FOR ALL THE FOR ALL THE INSECURE…”

The crash of drums and the wail of guitars kick the song in properly and as the volume doubles a spotlight appears on the stage to show a smirking Jason Helms standing there with his arms out wide. He drops them quickly before jumping in between both Lexi and Bree to throw his arms back out with them behind him, blocking them from the view of the closest camera. The crowd cheers as he throws his head back and Aniya Helms walks into the light and steps up in front of Jason, leaning her back into his stomach as she brings her arms up around his neck. Jason lowers his head again and Aniya steps forward for Jason to remove his jacket and tosses it onto the floor, pausing only to slap his wife’s ass before he springs to the ring. Lexi starts trying to mouth off to him as Bree sticks her nose up and walks by them all with Blake behind her.

Phillips: “And their opponents, the team of Lexi Von Aaron, Bree Mason and Jason Helms!”

Bree steps up along the steps as Blake gets up on the apron to sit on the second rope and hold up the top rope, letting Bree enter over the second rope. Lexi continues trying to mouth off to Jason who has decided to place his index fingers in his ears.

Jason: “I CAN’T HEAR YOU!”

He hastily walks down the ramp. Lexi yells down at him before following. Jason slides into the ring as Bree steps forward to say something to Regan, both of them nodding their heads in acknowledgement of the other. Blake stands on the outside clapping before turning to mock pose for the fans.

Blake: “Number one manager in the business for the true number one contender to the World Championship!”

People respond in kind with more boos.

Knots: “The crowd is clearly really into this match up. They seem to hate both teams equally.”

Sharper: “Imagine that.”

Knots: “I just think it’s wrong to be so against our United States Champion and the people responsible for bringing more class in to the SCW. Assuming our World Champion loses on Breakdown, we could be looking at our next World Champion!”

Sharper: “Oh please, you just have four very despicable competitors out in that ring with the people who accompany them.”

Regan turns to Alexis telling her to get on the apron. Alexis ignores her and steps toward the center of the ring before Regan grabs her by the shoulder and spins her around.

Regan: “Don’t screw this up!”

Alexis looks ready to strike but decides against it. She turns right into a spinning elbow from Bree that knocks her to the mat. The crowd oh’s and jeers in response as Alexis rolls over clutching her jaw. Bree steps over and points at Regan.

Bree: “This is for you!”

Bree begins to stomp hard across Alexis’ back, knocking her repeatedly back down to the mat. Alexis continues trying to stand before Bree grabs her arm and spins it behind her back while pulling her back to her feet. Bree strikes the back of Alexis’ head before pulling her arm up and slapping Alexis back down to the mat using her wrenched arm for pressure, torque and momentum. Pressing her knee to the back of Alexis’ head, Bree locks on an armbar. On the apron Regan claps for Bree.

Sharper: “Alexis Quinne was blindsided to start this match and Bree is quick on the offense. Regan Street however is enjoying this display!”

Knots: “You saw Bree, she was dedicating this onslaught to her. She’s sacrificing a pint of awesome to a Hellcat for a full harvest this year.”

Alexis grunts while trying to pull herself into a better position. She manages to throw her body up and do a kip up that’s just enough to throw Bree’s knee off of her neck. The shift in her balance is enough for Alexis to get back to her feet. Bree however still has her arm in hand and tosses her over with an arm drag to the mat. She tries to lock on another hold before Alexis throws a leg up and kicks the side of Bree’s head, forcing her back into the ropes. Alexis pushes herself up to her feet and runs over toward Bree, leaping up to go for a jumping lariat. Bree sees it and moves out of the way. As Alexis hits the ropes she lightly bounces off before turning. Bree grabs a hold of her and launches her over head with a belly to belly suplex. The crowd boos as Blake cheers enthusiastically and overdramatically on the outside. Alexis rolls over as Bree rushes up behind her. She pulls her head in under her arm for a reverse DDT, Alexis fighting out and spinning out behind her, delivering several blows to Bree’s shoulder blades. Alexis kicks Bree’s leg behind her back, pushing her to the ground. She punches the back of Bree’s head that causes her to yell out and Blake to scream foul before running to the ropes in front of Bree, bouncing off of them for extra momentum and connecting with a fast low dropping spinning wheel kick to the face. The crowd explodes in cheers as she starts pushing herself up to go toward her corner.

Sharper: “Alexis pulling herself back into this with several vicious blows!”

Knots: “That was uncalled for! She was getting outwrestled out there and she had to revert to an uncalled for assault! Disqualify her! Just her, not Regan!”

Alexis stands and goes toward her corner, Bree seeing this before rolling over and reaching a hand over to her corner. Both make the tag and the crowd immediately cheers as Regan and Jason enters. He looks to Regan and sighs.

Sharper: “Interesting moment we have here, Jason Helms, the brother to SCW Hall of Famer David Helms is set to go toe to toe against Regan Street, his brother’s wife.”

Knots: “Tear his head off, Regan!”

Regan steps forward, telling him to tag Lexi in. Jason looks to her and shrugs. The crowd boos as the two just stand there before Jason sighs and reaches over, tagging Lexi in. Lexi blinks out of surprise before quickly sliding into the ring. She drops to her knees for one moment to point to the sky.

Lexi: “For God!”

Regan charges over and quickly kicks her in the face. The crowd cheers as Lexi falls over and rolls backwards into the corner. Regan charges over and begins stomping away at her as Lexi covers up.

Lexi: “Not the face! This is God’s face, you bitch!”

Sharper: “Pardon Lexi for her language while Regan is in the process of tearing her apart. This may be in part due to what transpired between Lexi Von Aaron and Regan’s son AJ Helms not so long ago!”

Knots: “Yes, Adam, everyone here is related to a Helms! They just keep fornicating and multiplying with everyone in the back!”

Regan ignores her as the referee tries telling her to back off from where she is stomping Lexi in the corner. He starts counting to five, Regan stopping at four to turn and snap at the referee. Lexi immediately pulls her in and rolls her up with a small package.

The crowd gasps early in the split second away Lexi is from winning the match. Regan kicks out and immediately gets to her feet looking just as shocked as the crowd is reacting. Lexi stands and dives to the corner, tagging Jason back in. He looks down at her before shaking his head. Bree tries to say something to him, he just continues ignoring her.

Sharper: “Jason Helms has been very distant from his partners in this match up, even showing no interest initially in challenging Regan here.”

Knots: “Given what happened in the quarters it’s no wonder!”

Jason steps into the ring, turning to Regan and saying something to her before giving her a signal to come get it. Regan immediately runs over and connects with a forearm smash to the chin, knocking him into the corner. She goes for a second, Jason blocking it before pulling her arm in and pulling it down between her legs. He pulls it back behind her before hooking the other one. He lifts her up and throws her backwards with a pump handle suplex. The crowd ohs as he runs over and takes her down with a clothesline as she rebounds back up. Torsten goes to enter and Jason runs over and connects with an avalanche attack in the corner. Torsten shrugs it off before shoving him back with one arm. Jason hits his back hard and flips backwards as he hits the mat. The referee goes over to tell Torsten to get back onto the apron. Regan goes up to Jason and grabs his shoulder, he turns around and backhands her. The crowd oh’s as Jason blinks several times. He smirks before trying to say something as Regan turns and kicks him in between the legs behind the referee’s back. He falls to his knees before Regan wraps an arm around his neck and driving his head into the mat with a DDT. Lexi charges into the ring behind Regan before driving a knee into her spine. Regan falls half way down before Lexi sets her up and connects with That Time of the Match. The crowd oh’s and boos as Lexi stands up and starts screaming incoherently down at her. The referee immediately turns around and tells her to get back.

Lexi: “No one likes you, ref! Don’t touch me! Don’t you dare touch me, I’m God’s Bitch!”

She continues yelling at the referee as Jason and Regan both begin to stir. Regan stands and immediately turns to Lexi, striking her across the jaw and throwing her over the top rope to the floor. She goes to slide out of the ring after her when Jason pulls her back with a school boy.

Regan kicks out before the three. She stands and immediately leaps up before dropkicking Jason into his corner. He looks over before slap tagging Bree in. Bree steps through the ropes before going over to Regan and getting taken down with a drop toe hold. She rolls Bree over before whipping her into the corner. She runs after her only to get a boot to the face. Regan falls back a step as Bree climbs up onto the second rope before leaping off and connecting with a missile dropkick. Bree gets up as Regan begrudgingly crawls over to her corner before reaching up to tag Alexis in.

Sharper: “Already a dramatic change from the last round.”

Knots: “Go Team Americat!”

Alexis slides and ducks as Bree goes to knock her down with a clothesline. Alexis stands and rolls Bree backwards. Bree rolls backwards, landing back on her feet just as Alexis stands and goes for a spinning wheel kick. Bree ducks and Alexis ends up rolling over her back. Alexis reaches up and brings Bree down with a neckbreaker causing the crowd to cheer. Alexis stands and runs across the ring before striking Lexi across the jaw and leaping up to hit Jason. He side steps and moves down the apron, telling her to focus on the one in the ring. Alexis runs back over and drops Bree down just as she stands with a crossbody. Pushing Bree back to her feet she sets up for a tornado DDT, using the ropes as momentum. Bree blocks it, being able to keep Alexis on her feet just as she lands back down before kicking her in the mid section and dropping her head first into the mat with a snap DDT. The crowd boos as Bree pulls Alexis up and starts dragging her over into the corner. She tags Lexi in who mocks Alexis, delivering several slaps across the face for insult. She yells at her as Bree gets back on the apron.

Sharper: “Lexi may be incredibly vile and spiteful but no one can dispute the dramatic turn around for her over the last several months in her performances. She’s been seemingly on fire.”

Knots: “She puts a horrible spot on her team that can’t be cleaned!”

Lexi pulls Alexis in before driving her knee into her mid section. She blasts her repeatedly with knees before pulling her arm back behind her and locking in an abdominal stretch. Alexis fights back, driving her elbow hard repeatedly into Lexi’s side before pushing her off and sending her into the ropes. Alexis jumps up and goes for a drop kick, Lexi ducking it and running into the opposite ropes. As Alexis stands Lexi connects with a jumping side kick to the side of the head that knocks her over. Lexi turns and starts taunting Regan where she stands on the apron before reaching down to grab Alexis. Regan steps in and immediately charges over toward her. Lexi steps back as Alexis falls forward, tagging in Voigt. The crowd cheers as Regan begins striking Lexi, the referee trying to tell her off. Bree steps in just as Alexis turns and runs back over to block Bree from interference.

Sharper: “Lexi ticking off Regan and now we have everyone trying to get into the ring at once.”

Knots: “She thinks God is on her side, she’s not afraid to die. And Regan isn’t afraid to kill her.”

The referee starts counting, Regan begrudgingly turning to step away. Alexis takes and throws Bree to the outside as Lexi pulls herself back up. Voigt charges over and bludgeons her with a heymaker that causes her to flip over backwards. The crowd oh’s as Lexi falls hard to the mat looking around disoriented. Voigt runs over and spears Jason off of the apron, causing the crowd to fall back into a pessimistic demeanor.

Sharper: “Torsten Voigt stepping into the match for the first time and immediately he’s making an impact.”

Knots: “Alexis should be disqualified, she’s out here in front of our table fighting class itself!”

Lexi stumbles up before Voigt reaches over and pulls her in before suddenly lifting and dropping her into the mat with the Panzer. Regan watches on the side lines as Jason slowly starts to pull himself up. Voigt quickly goes for the pin as the fighting continues outside of the ring.

The bell sounds as the crowd immediately begins to boo. Torsten throws Lexi over away from him before standing triumphantly.

Sharper: “Voigt making short work in this match up and now his team is going on to the finals!”

Knots: “It’s the Day of the Hellcat, Adam! One match to go and the Champion of Americat will be adding more to her already bright and shiny 2018!”

Blake runs over and throws Alexis back off of Bree as Mikaela claps on the outside.Lexi rolls over holding the back of her head where it appears she may have been dropped harder.

We open up with a shot of darkness. We then hear footsteps before the sound of industrial lights turning on with loud clicks. The camera focuses on the lights as they each come on, one set at a time. We then hear more footsteps before we cut to an old dusty ring, illuminated. The camera slowly shows the ring, showing the turnbuckles with the old SCW logo before cutting to the ring canvas and then finally the ring skirts, showing the old SCW logo again. We then see a figure stepping into the ring. He steps forward and looks around as the camera pans out to show Mr. D as he stands in the middle of the ring. He just sighs and nods. He then looks around before snapping his fingers. The scene then cuts to a shot of last year’s Rise to Greatness before cutting to a shot of Rise to Greatness in the Rogers Centre. We see Mr. D standing in the middle of the ring, as the images of past opening segments of Rise to Greatness flash all around him.

Mr. D: “Been a hell of a journey…A lot of history…”

Mr. D then smirks.

Mr. D: “Let’s see what we can do back at home…”

The scene then cuts to a shot of the Rise to Greatness logo with “XV” behind it.

“Rise to Greatness XV, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, July 22, 2018”

The logo remains on the screen for a few moments before slowly fading to black.

We return to the arena and we see Josh Hudson walking back to the tunnel and we see Donovan Kayl walking over to him.

Kayl: “What the hell are you doing?”

Josh: “Making sure this is an actual win and I don’t have to drag her to the finals.”

Kayl: “She’s getting her ankle taped-“

Josh: “Don’t care. Is she here? She should be gone. And we have an alternate.”

Josh turns off-camera as Gothfather comes into view. The crowd boos.

Josh: “Meet someone who understand the value of a good deal and the opportunity in front of him.”

Gothfather: “Pleased to meet you…and Donovan…this is not the place to stand in our way.”

Kayl: “This isn’t happening.”

Josh looks up as “Style” starts to play.

Josh: “Then Selena better hurry up.”

Semi-Finals of the 2018 Trios Tournament

The arena goes dark. Suddenly one lone spotlight shines in entrance where smoke begins to come out and surround the stage. “Style" by Taylor Swift is already playing throughout the arena, the Tron plays the Video of her various photo-shoots, training, fighting, swimsuits, lingerie and walking through nightclubs with men gawking over her in skin tight dresses. Then Angel, Sienna Swann walks out with her head down as the crowd boos. Sienna then extends her arms as Kayla Jones and Owen Cruze walk out with her. The Truelove Twins are with them. The crowd boos a bit while some cheer as Sienna turns to them and they all talk before starting to make their way down to the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is the second semi-final match for the 2018 Trios Tournament is has a thirty minute time limit. On their way to the ring, they are the team of Sienna Swann, Kayla Jones and Owen Cruze!”

They walk down to the ring as the Truelove Twins head to the ring. They lift Sienna up onto the apron as Owen slides into the ring. He runs across and over to the corner as Kayla climbs up to the corner nearest the ring steps. Sienna looks around and smirks as she looks around and then the music fades out.

Sharper: “Sienna Swann, Owen Cruze and Kayla Jones coming out together to Sienna’s theme music.”

Knots: “She’s got to love that.”

Sharper: “And this is going to be an interesting. Josh Hudson wanted to force a replacement. We’re not sure if Selena will be able to compete here. Josh Hudson wants this going.”

Knots: “And all for that woman right there. Sienna Swann!”

“Judas” begins to filter through the sound system and out from the back steps none other than Josh Hudson. He stops atop the entrance ramp, and looks out into the crowd and shakes his head, before heading down to the ring. The crowd boos as Josh Hudson turns and starts to motion to the back. We then see Donovan Kayl walking out and shaking his head. He starts to talk to Josh. Josh just ignores him and heads to the ring as Kayl stops in the middle of the entrance way. We see Gothfather stepping forward and Kayl tells him to get back as we see a couple of officials stopping him.

Phillips: “Their opponents, first, he is Josh Hudson! Next, coming to the ring, Donovan Kayl!”

Hudson keeps going to the ring. Kayl remains in the entrance way before starting to head to the ring too. Gothfather is held back.

Sharper: “Hudson choosing Gothfather who was backstage. Making some sort of a deal it seems.”

Knots: “Kayl isn’t on board. SCW neither. Just another sign of them holding back Past, Present, Future!”

Hudson hops onto the apron and looks at Sienna. Sienna smiles before Hudson enters the ring. Kayl shakes his head and reaches the ring. Kayl enters it and Hudson looks around. Gothfather looks around before we then see Selena Frost starting to limp out from the back. She looks down at the ring. The crowd erupts in cheers.

“BELIEVE IT!”

“What I Believe” by Skillet plays as Selena continues to walk out.

Knots: “Oh come on!”

Sharper: “And she has been cleared! A visible limp, but she’s coming out to compete!”

Knots: “How?! This could’ve been Gothfather’s time!”

Sharper: “He won’t get it. Instead, Selena, who I’m told had her ankle tightly wrapped. It’s a sprain by the sounds of it. And this is going to be a long night if she wants to keep going.”

Gothfather just smirks before stepping back and slowly leaving to the back. Officials keep stopping him. Hudson rolls his eyes as Sienna just glares. She walks over to him and Hudson responds equally as animated. Selena limps to the ring.

Phillips: “And their partner, Selena Frost!”

The crowd cheers more and Kayl smiles a bit, applauding her as Selena reaches the ring and then pulls her up to the ring. Hudson turns around and Kayl steps into the ring, preventing Hudson from going after her, only for Owen Cruze to look at the official. The bell sounds as Sienna tries to get to Selena too, but we then see Owen run up behind Hudson and roll him up into a Okana roll.

Hudson kicks out just in time. The crowd roars as Sienna is forced back. Kayla gets her out of the ring as Kayl exits the ring and Hudson gets up and goes for a clothesline on the newcomer. Owen ducks and jumps to the ropes behind him and dives back with a forearm smash. Hudson hits the mat and rolls over. He gets back up and Owen jumps up and dropkicks him in the jaw. Hudson falls back and into the neutral corner. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Owen all over Hudson. He saw an opening.”

Knots: “And Sienna not too pleased, but he almost won it and now is all over Hudson!”

Owen follows up and nails Hudson with a hard right before climbing up to the middle turnbuckle and nailing him with a hard right and then another and another. Hudson shoves him back. Owen rolls through. He gets up and runs at him again and climbs up to the middle turnbuckle before nailing Hudson a couple more times before Hudson throws him back again. Hudson steps along the ropes and Owen turns and nails him with a hard right. He kicks him in the ribs. He then turns and goes to whip him into the ropes, but Hudson spins through and sends him into the ropes. Owen bounces off and Hudson lifts him up, but Owen counters by pushing off and dropkicking him. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “And another great counter. Owen off the press and into a dropkick!”

Knots: “This kid is taking down one of the most experienced people on the roster?! What the hell?”

Owen turns and goes for the pin.

Hudson kicks out. He turns and rolls over. Owen grabs him and pulls him up, but Hudson reaches up and rakes his eyes. Owen staggers back. Hudson nails him with a hard right and then knees him in the ribs. He then whips him into the ropes. Owen bounces off and Hudson drills him with a clothesline. Hudson winces and holds his jaw before spinning around and taking a cheap shot on Selena Frost. Frost falls back, intentionally avoiding landing on her ankle and rolling over. Hudson then turns and Kayl snaps at him. Hudson then flips him off before turning back to Owen who suddenly jumps up and snaps him over with a frankensteiner. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Hudson with the cheap shot. Looks like Hudson, Kayl and Frost, they’ve collapsed.”

Knots: “Well Sienna, Kayla and Owen have to love that!”

Owen turns as Hudson turns around and Owen hits a jumping enziguri kick to the side of the head. Hudson falls to the mat and rolls over. Owen turns and tags in Sienna. The crowd roars. Sienna smirks and looks at Hudson as she enters. She then goes for the pin.

Kayl enters and breaks it up with a leg drop. Kayl rolls over as Hudson looks up and turns. Sienna then grabs Hudson and promptly rolls him up with a school boy.

Kayl then kicks Sienna hard in the ribs to break it up. Selena pulls herself back up onto the apron as Kayl exits to the apron. Sienna rolls over and Hudson turns and starts to get up and Owen then tags himself back in. Kayla and Sienna both look at him as Sienna holds her ribs. Owen climbs up to the top rope.

Sharper: “Hudson may have been happy to just take the powder for Sienna! I don’t know. Kayl wasn’t going to take the chance.”

Knots: “And Owen, what an idiot? What are you doing?!”

Sharper: “I guess he doesn’t want it that way. Hudson is fighting him, but probably because he doesn’t want to be shown up by this kid!”

Owen looks at Hudson and Owen dives off with a crossbody into a pin.

Hudson kicks out. Hudson turns and Sienna watches before being forced to leave the ring. Hudson then turns and Owen nails him with a hard right and then another. Owen turns and runs into the ropes. He bounces off and goes for a flying headscissors, but Hudson spins him through and into a sidewalk slam. Hudson then rolls off. He looks at Owen and stomps him in the face and then again and again. He then jerks him up and pulls him in before hoisting him up and slamming him with a vicious powerbomb. The crowd ohs and Hudson then turns around as Selena enters the ring and promptly hits the Glass Shard on Hudson. The crowd erupts in cheers.

Sharper: “Glass Shard on Hudson! Selena not even going to wait for the receipt!”

Knots: “That’s your partner you idiot! Whatever! Make it easier…and Sienna! Yes!”

Selena turns and winces and suddenly, Sienna enters the ring, running across, nailing Kayl with a forearm before grabbing Selena by her leg. She tries to grab at the ropes, but Sienna drags her back to the middle of the ring and locks in the ankle lock on Selena’s bad ankle!

Sharper: “Sienna going for the ankle. She’s trying to injure it further. She wants to make it so this is essentially three on one with Kayl the only one on!”

Knots: “Hell! Owen! Get the pin!”

Sharper: “Owen’s down and Kayla’s getting the tag! The referee however is trying to get Sienna off of Selena!”

Selena yells in pain as Kayla tags in Owen and yells at the official. The official turns and Kayla makes clear the tag as Owen rolls towards the ropes. She then enters and goes over to Hudson and dives on him for the pin. The referee, unsure of what to do, elects to count the pin as Selena’s arm is up, trying to hold on as she’s in a world of hurt.

Kayl enters the ring and breaks up the pin and then runs into the ropes, bouncing off and jumping up, hitting a running knee to the face of Sienna as Selena rolls over, holding her ankle in pain. She rolls right to the apron as Sienna falls back and out of the ring. Kayl then looks around as he sees Hudson and exits to the apron. Kayla starts to get up and Hudson turns.

Sharper: “Kayl saving his hopes for a Trios Tournament!”

Knots: “And he just took Sienna’s head off! London! Paris! Make sure Sienna’s okay!”

Sharper: “Sienna so focused on taking Selena out. Removing a huge thorn in her side, she forgot about Kayl!”

Knots: “And Kayl is single-handedly trying to keep this team together!”

Kayl then reaches out, grabbing the tag rope as Hudson slowly stirs and rolls over and Kayl tags himself in before Kayla can stomp Hudson in the chest and then again before grabbing Kayl and nailing him with a hard right. Kayl enters the ring. Kayl staggers forward and Kayla hits a spinning back kick to the ribs. Kayl staggers forward and Kayla runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a spinning heel kick. She goes for the pin.

Kayl kicks out. Kayla rolls off and turns and Owen starts to reach out as Sienna holds her jaw on the floor with Paris and London checking on her. Kayl starts to get up and Kayla runs into the ropes, jumps to the middle rope and backflips back. Kayla goes for the reverse DDT, but Kayl turns around and spins around before lifting her up and back dropping her over. Kayla turns and tags in Owen. Owen holds his back and climbs up to the top rope. He slips a bit, trying to take advantage of Kayl’s recovery and Kayl turns and Owen dives off and Kayl ducks down and Owen lands on his feet and rolls through. He then turns around and runs at Kayl, looking to cut the distance and Kayl drills him with a superkick. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Oh my! That was a superkick! Kayl got all of it!”

Knots: “Owen ran into it. He’s trying too hard to take advantage and Kayl played him!”

Sharper: “Experience the edge as Kayl is trying to carry his team right now and Owen, in his first professional match, getting shown here.”

Knots: “They need Sienna. Kayla is recovering on the apron. Sienna is still down at the floor.”

Sharper: “She may have a concussion from Kayl’s knee for all we know.”

Knots: “Oh no.”

Sienna starts to get up and Selena limps around by the entrance way. Sienna looks at Kayla and Hudson still down, holding his face from the Glass Shard as Kayl turns and grabs Owen. Sienna staggers up. Paris and London go to stop her, but Sienna runs over and kicks out Selena’s leg. Selena hits the mat hard. Sienna looks around and staggers a bit. She then turns and grabs Selena as Kayl hoists Owen up and throws him forward before running past him, nailing Kayla with a forearm, knocking her off and then running across, bouncing off the ropes and hitting the Point Blank. Sienna then turns and throws Selena Frost into the steel steps. Sienna then falls to a knee, shaking her head as Kayl goes for the pin, unaware.

The bell sounds and Sienna then looks up and turns and slides into the ring. Hudson dives towards Kayl to break it up, but can’t. The crowd roars in cheers.

Sharper: “I don’t believe it!”

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via pinfall, Donovan Kayl, Josh Hudson and Selena Frost!”

Knots: “Sienna…she’s stunned!”

Sharper: “Hudson tried to break it up. Sienna got focused in taking Selena out. And Kayl hit Point Blank, taking advantage of Owen Cruze’s inexperience.”

Knots: “Kayla knocked down too. Kayl made a window and didn’t miss…God damn it!”

Sharper: “And Selena, Donovan and yes, Josh Hudson, are in the finals!”

Knots: “Regan’s there though…they can make sure Selena doesn’t win a damn thing. They can make sure!”

Sienna looks around as Kayl rolls out of the ring. Sienna paces a bit and shows her frustration as she turns to Josh as josh grabs at the ropes, starting to get up, holding his face. Kayl goes over to Selena and checks on her as a few officials come down to make sure nothing further happens. Sienna then turns to Owen Cruze and throws her arms in the air. The scene then slowly fades to black.

The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

“THIS WEDNESDAY…”

We then see a shot of the SCW World Championship before showing Jake Starr looking out from the ring and showing him hitting a Shooting Five Star on an opponent before we cut to see Syren having her arm raised by Ravyn Taylor and CHBK before showing Syren with the SCW World Championship around her waist.

“Jake Starr gets his rematch for the SCW World Championship. He challenges Syren. But can Syren doing it alone without Dark Fantasy in her corner?”

We then see a shot of Kennedy Street before showing Bree Mason before showing CHBK and Ravyn Taylor before cutting to Amy Chastaine and Blake Mason.

“The roster will be watching as Retribution will be in the balance. Plus…will Amy Chastaine and Blake Mason have another clash?”

We then see Giovanni Aries and Jason Helms staring each other down in the ring.

“And a new unholy alliance has been crowned? What will that mean for Ace Marshall, Cassidy Carter and Alistaire Allocco? We’ll find out this and much more only on Breakdown, this Wednesday!”

The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

We open up backstage to see Regan Street, Mikaela Street, Josh Hudson and Sienna Swann in the backstage area. Regan and Josh are in their wrestling attire.

Regan: “This is ending.”

Josh: “Yeah, yeah…”

Sienna: “You had one job. She’s one match away from maybe having a Trios contract. She doesn’t deserve that power!”

Josh: “We’ll take care of it. We have a plan, remember?”

Regan: “Exactly. And you know what to do. You go after Alexis. I take out Selena.”

Regan then turns off camera as Eric Teufel and Torsten Voigt are standing nearby.

Regan: “And you just have to repeat history.”

Eric: “Sounds easy enough to us.”

Finals of the 2018 Trios Tournament

Sharper: “Here we go. We don’t know what we’re about to see, but Past, Present, Future, has made it clear that war may break out here.”

Knots: “Alexis Quinne coming out first. Was ignored in the first match. Part of the team the second. Now enemy here it seems.”

Phillips: “The second member, accompanied by Eric Teufel, he is Torsten Voigt!”

Sharper: “We’ll see how this goes. Regan Street said that they’re counting on him. And when she said they, she included Josh Hudson.”

Knots: “This is just weird. Two people on separate teams who are normally allies are openly conspiring to screw over Selena Frost. I love it!”

Phillips: “Finally, accompanied by her sister Mikaela, she represents Past, Present, Future, she is the SCW United States Champion, The Hellcat, Regan Street!”

Regan starts to head to the ring, walking with Josh Hudson and Mikaela Street. The crowd boos as Regan just focuses on the ring. Phillips, confused, can be seen looking around in the ring before starting his next entrance.

Phillips: “And their opponents, first, on his way to the ring…representing Past, Present, Future, Josh Hudson!”

Regan Street hops onto the apron and then enters the ring. She steps forward as Quinne looks at her. Hudson stands on the apron. He slowly enters. Eric walks over to Regan as Regan, Mikaela and Eric talk. Alexis watches all of them while backing up to her corner.

Sharper: “Josh Hudson coming out with Regan Street.”

Knots: “Alexis knows she’s screwed!”

Sharper: “She’s moving back. She’s not taken her eyes off of Regan and Josh. Eric Teufel, that slug, talking to Mikaela Street and Regan Street, obviously going over notes.”

Regan hands off the title to Mikaela before giving her some marching orders.

Sharper: “Here we go! The war beginning!”

Knots: “Mikaela, Eric Teufel and Torsten Voigt all staying in the ring!”

Selena nails Regan gain before we cut to the other side of the ring to see Alexis Quinne hitting a vaulting press onto Josh Hudson on the floor. The crowd roars. Selena nails Regan again and then turns and runs her over to the barricade. Regan blocks it and kicks Selena in the ankle. She winces and Regan turns and spins, throwing her over the barricade into the crowd. The crowd roars. Regan climbs over as Alexis nails Hudson with a couple more shot before getting up. Hudson rolls over and Alexis runs at him and hits a running front dropkick and Josh falls back and goes over the barricade and into the crowd on the opposite side of the ring. Quinne winces, slowly getting up and then climbs over herself.

Sharper: “Regan sends Selena into the crowd.”

Knots: “She went for the ankle too!”

Sharper: “And right to our left, Quinne now climbing over after dropkicking Hudson in and we’re waiting for the arrival of the Cornerstone of Professional Wrestling, Donovan Kayl!”

"Tom Sawyer” by Rush starts to play as the spotlight focuses on the top of the ramp. Immediately, the crowd rise to their feet in a raucous ovation. Stepping out to the top of the ramp is "The Cornerstone" Donovan Kayl, holding the SCW Television Championship. He then starts to head to the ring. He runs down to the ring, seeing the situation in front of him and sliding into the ring. He drops his title as he does. We see Mr. D walking out with him and motioning to the official to start the match.

Phillips: “The final team member, he is the SCW Television Champion, the Cornerstone of Professional Wrestling, Donovan Kayl!”

Phillips bails out of the ring as Kayl gets up. The referee sees Mr. D and calls for the bell to start it. Kayl gets up and runs under a clothesline from Voigt. Teufel exits as does Mikaela and Mr. D comes to ringside and just looks on as he looks at Selena and Regan before glancing over at Alexis and Hudson. Kayl bounces off the other side and jumps up and nails Voigt with a diving forearm.

Sharper: “Huge forearm. Kayl and Voigt in the middle of the ring. A rematch from Learning from History and that may be what decides it.”

Knots: “That’s what Regan meant when she said he just has to repeat history! Win and you get the Trios Contract!”

Regan nail Selena causing her to stagger back through the crowd as we see Quinne grabbing Hudson and Hudson then grabs her and hip throws her down. Security keeps fans back as Hudson follows. We cut back to the ring as Kayl nails Voigt with a forearm shot and then another and another. Voigt falls back to the corner. Kayl kicks him in the ribs and then again and again. Voigt then shoves him back. Kayl rolls back. He starts to get up and Voigt runs forward and goes for a clothesline, taking Kayl down. The crowd boos. Kayl rolls over and Voigt grabs him and pulls him up and runs him face first into the corner. Kayl turns and Voigt leans in, choking him with a blatant choke.

Voigt pulls away, looking at the official. We cut to see Hudson grabbing Quinne and running her over into where the boards would be if the Wells Fargo Center was set up like a hockey arena. Quinne winces and Hudson moves over and kicks her a few times. Selena meanwhile hits a forearm to Regan and then then another before grabbing Regan and throwing her into a table set up in the back by the boards. Regan falls over and rolls over.

Sharper: “This is a war. Just like they said. Regan brawling with Selena! Hudson dispatching Quinne.”

Knots: “They’re putting their hopes on that German monster Torsten. And look! Over his head!”

Sharper: “The strength! And remember, Kayl had to expend a lot to move on to get here!”

Voigt hoists Kayl up over his head and hits a military press slam. Voigt runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a running elbow drop. He goes for the lateral press.

Kayl kicks out. We then see Selena nailing Regan with a couple of forearm shots before grabbing her. Hudson just snaps at a fan, getting in his face. He turns back and Quinne jumps up and starts to bite his forehead. The crowd roars. Back in the ring, we see Voigt whip Kayl into the corner. He walks over and Kayl kicks him in the ribs. He then kicks him again. Voigt then knees him in the ribs. He pulls him up and hits a release suplex, dropping Kayl in the middle of the ring. He starts to get up and Voigt pushes him into the ropes. He fires him across. Kayl bounces off and Voigt scoops him up onto his shoulder. He then hits a powerslam. He goes for the pin.

Kayl kicks out. Mikaela looks on.

Sharper: “Oddly enough Mikaela still at ringside as her team member brawl through the crowd.”

Knots: “Probably just making sure Torsten gets the job done and right now, it looks damn clear that may happen!”

Quinne is thrown off of Hudson as Hudson staggers around. Quinne then starts to grab chairs form the crowd and just throws them at Hudson. Hudson gets his hands up, knocking the open chairs away as Quinne keeps throwing the padded floor chairs at Hudson. The crowd roars nearby with several fans getting into it.

Knots: “That should be a DQ!”

Sharper: “Well if the referee did know, that would be Selena, Hudson and Kayl immediately win-“

Knots: “Nevermind! Perfectly legal!”

Mr. D looks on from ringside and we see Selena grabbing Regan before Regan knees her in the ribs and runs her as best as she can before just throwing her into the back barricade. Selena rolls over and Regan follows before stomping her ankle. Selena yells out and rolls over. Regan smiles and stomps her again. Regan taunts her as we cut back to the ring to see Voigt hip tossing Kayl down. Kayl rolls over and moves to the ropes. He starts to get up and Voigt follows up with a hard forearm shiver. He then pulls him in and whips him across the ring. Kayl bounces off and Voigt hoists him up, but Kayl manages to spins through and lands behind him. Voigt turns around and Kayl hits a dropkick. Voigt staggers back and Kayl gets up and hits another dropkick. Voigt staggers back and moves to the ropes. Kayl then gets up and hits a third dropkick, knocking Voigt up and over the top rope and just a few feet away from the boss. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “And Voigt up and over.”

Knots: “What the hell happens if both are counted out?!”

Sharper: “I don’t know. Right now, Kayl’s in the ring…well, he’s following up.”

Kayl drops down to the floor. We see Quinne throwing another chair at Hudson as Hudson falls over and the crowd cheers. Quinne follows up and stomps him. We cut back to see Kayl nail Voigt with a hard right as he gets up. (1) Mr. D tells them to get to the ring. Kayl nods and grabs him before Voigt spears him into the side of the ring. (2) The crowd ohs. He then spears him again. (3) We cut to see Regan lifting Selena up and throwing her ankle first into the barricade and she goes over it and into the area by the stage. Regan winces and leans on the barricade a moment. We cut back to the ring. (5) Voigt lifts Kayl up and military presses him into the ring before sliding in after.

Sharper: “Voigt with the power. Kayl back into the ring.”

Knots: “From purgatory to hell.”

Sharper: “Meanwhile, speaking of hell, Selena is hurting. That ankle being a target for Regan as they are by the stage. Quinne still going after Hudson.”

Voigt gets up and Kayl rolls over and Voigt grabs him and hits a belly to back suplex. He then turns and goes for the pin.

Kayl shoots his shoulder up. Voigt looks up and then starts to get up. We see Regan climb over and grab Selena and nail her with a hard right and then spinning her around into the stage. Selena staggers back and falls over her ankle wincing and Regan stomps her ankle again. We cut to Hudson and Quinne as Hudson then suddenly hits a belly to belly suplex on the floor. Quinne rolls over. We cut back to the ring to see Voigt grabbing Kayl and whipping him into the corner. Voigt runs after and Kayl gets both boots up. The crowd roars. Voigt turns and moves back in and Kayl boots him again. He then climbs up to the middle turnbuckle and Voigt turns back and Kayl grabs his head and spins out with a tornado DDT.

Sharper: “Tornado DDT. Kayl fighting. Trying to take down Voigt!”

Knots: “Come on Voigt. This is all you. You can do this. You’ve beaten him before!”

We cut to see Regan grabbing Selena and nailing her again, knocking her into the backstage area. She staggers back and Regan nails her again. She then falls back and jumps to a footlocker and dives back with a kick. The crowd cheers seeing this as Regan falls over. We then see Hudson grabbing Quinne and going for a belly to belly suplex into the chairs. Quinne blocks it and bites his head. She then stumbles back. Hudson follows up with a shot to the back. We then cut to the ring to see Kayl climbing up to the top rope as Voigt starts to get up and Kayl hits a missile dropkick. He crawls over and goes for the pin.

Voigt kicks out. Both start to get up and Mikaela Street looks on.

Sharper: “Missile dropkick! Voigt off his feet!”

Knots: “I don’t believe it!”

Eric Teufel paces as Kayl then starts to get up and looks at Voigt. Voigt starts to get up. Kayl smirks as Kayl runs to the ropes, jumps to the middle rope and dives back with a springboard spear, taking Voigt down, but when Voigt falls back, his arm catches the official. Mr. D looks up and Kayl goes for the pin.

Sharper: “Shades of his cousin, Devon!”

Knots: “Ref’s down!”

The crowd counts.

But Voigt kicks out just as there would be three and Kayl rolls over towards Mikaela who promptly nails him in the head with the US Championship. The crowd ohs and boos. Mr. D walks around and starts to tell her to leave the ring. Mikaela looks around as the crowd roars. Hudson nails Quinne with a shot, knocking her down as we cut to the backstage area to see Selena throwing Regan into the wall. Regan falls over and backs up. She crawls away a bit and Selena limps after her. Regan starts to get up and Selena nails her. Mr. D meanwhile starts to walk around Mikaela, telling her to leave the ring. Mikaela snaps at her and we see a couple of officials coming from the back to escort Mikaela.

Sharper: “Mr. D taking matters into his own hands. Mikaela Street gone. Not going to disqualify, but going to make sure she’s not a factor!”

Knots: “The damage is done though.”

Voigt gets up and grabs Kayl and lifts him up and whips him into the corner. Mikaela storms to the back, escorted by the officials as Mr. D turns back. The referee starts to get up. Voigt whips Kayl across and into the opposite side. He staggers out and Voigt lifts him up and hits a spinebuster. Voigt gets up and then smiles. He then grabs Kayl and slowly lifts him up. We then see Selena grabbing Regan backstage and throwing her into a couple of footlockers. She falls over to the floor as Selena does as well. We cut back to see Hudson grabbing Quinne and throwing her into some chairs. She falls over and Hudson looks around. Back in the ring, Torsten Voigt grabs Kayl and places his head between his legs. Eric Teufel throws his arms up.

Sharper: “Voigt looking for the Panzer. This could be it!”

Knots: “Kayl may be half out!”

Voigt then hoists Kayl up, but Kayl slips out of it and then lands on his feet. He knees him in the ribs. He knees Voigt a second time and then a third time. The crowd roars before Kayl hoists Voigt up and throws him forward as best as he can. Voigt lands on his feet and Kayl runs into the ropes, he bounces off and hits the Point Blank. The crowd roars. Kayl goes for the pin.

The crowd roars. The bell sounds.

Phillips: “Your winners of the 2018 Trios Tournament, Donovan Kayl, Josh Hudson and Selena Frost!”

The crowd roars as Hudson looks up, stunned before Quinne jumps off a steel chair and jumps up and takes him down with a tornado DDT on the floor. Kayl rolls off as we cut to see Selena staggering towards Regan. She stomps her in the back and then again. Kayl starts to get up as Eric Teufel looks on stunned. Kayl moves to his knees and the referee raises his arm.

Sharper: “Donovan Kayl has won his team the 2018 Trios Tournament by defeating the man who beat him at Learning from History one month ago!”

Knots: “I don’t believe it! Kayl, Hudson and Selena Frost…they have the contracts!”

Sharper: “That they do!”

Mr. D walks up the steel steps and enters into the ring. Kayl gets up and Mr. D applauds before raising his hand too. Kaly looks around as the crowd cheers.

Sharper: “The boss raising Donovan Kayl arm in victory! Despite the fractioning, despite the tension, they’ve fought through and won it!”

The crowd continues to cheer before we cut backstage where Selena stomps Regan again.

Selena: “This what you wanted? A fight? I’m not going to back down!”

Regan rolls over.

Regan: “No…Just wanted you alone!’”

Selena looks around before we see Paris running over and nailing her from behind, knocking her down. Selena fall over and London moves into the scene too. Paris and London both start to stomp away on Selena as she covers up. Sienna Swann then walks into view.

Sienna: “She won…Kayl did it. They actually won?!”

Regan: “Then we know what to do.”

Sienna looks around before running over and kicking Sienna in the ribs. Selena winces as London and Paris get a few more shots in. Regan slowly gets up and Sienna turns to Paris and London and motions at them. They then turn away from Selena as Selena winces and rolls over wincing in pain.

Sienna: “You know what Selena…I just need to make sure you’re out of my way…You couldn’t beat me…and you just wouldn’t let it go. So…”

London and Paris both then come over with Regan starting to help as they lift a storage crate off the ground.

Sharper: “Wait…what are they doing?”

Knots: “Looks like Past, Present, Future is making sure they get something out of this!”

We then see Paris and London head over and throw the crate down onto the leg of Selena, the shot just missed with Sienna standing in the way. Selena yells out in pain and rolls over, holding her ankle in pain. Sienna looks on as Paris and London look at her and then smile. Regan smiles too before she runs over and stomps Selena in the head.

Regan: “Shut up! I don’t want to hear you whine!”

Selena continues to writhe in pain as officials come into view. We then cut back to the ring to see Donovan Kayl celebrating. Mr. D looking on and applauding.

Sharper: “Kayl doesn’t know. The boss doesn’t know. But Past, Present, Future have taken out Selena Frost.”

Knots: “At least she has a Trios contract. Ha!”

Sharper: “Kayl, Hudson and Selena have their contracts, but Past, Present, Future, making sure they control something. That’s all from us here in Philadelphia. We’ll see you on Wednesday night for Breakdown!”

Kayl remains celebrating as the scene fades to black…
