Anger management session part 3. Las Vegas, Nevada. Friday 24th April (Off Camera)

It was going on for quite a while now with other people in the group opening up the issues they've had at work or in real life for the past week, even the sports guy who listened to a basketball game, got angry and pissed off at Terrence. Told him some calm techniques to him which did make the sports guy feel so much better. There was one man who had been silent all the way through, although did ask a few questions about how they cope with anger and how one of their loved ones was dealing with it, Konrad Raab himself.

So far, he was allowing other people to talk about their issues and how they resolved them. However, there wasn't an issue with Konrad at all lately, rather he was proud, having a huge smile on his face towards the class for the first-ever time since he joined the group. Terrence got straight into the whole thing as Konrad was the last guy to talk during the session today as Terrence says this in front of everyone.

Terrence Phillips: “Very good everyone has discussed their work or personal issues, but Konrad here, he hasn't spoken very much since the last session. So Konrad, do you feel you've learnt anything in your match with Katie Steward on Sunday?”

Konrad Raab: “Well, kinda, but I still need more time to figure out my anger.”

Terrence Phillips: “We can understand that, but everyone wants to know what happened during your match with Katie Steward. What did you do to unleash the Ice beast inside of you?”

Konrad Raab: “I charged straight at Katie who was trying to escape, but somehow, I got her down immediately and over and over again, trying everything to avoid me. It didn't last for very long as I gave her more than a few uppercuts before I laid in multiple shots to her ribs via my own fists.”

Porn girl Hannah: “When you punched Katie multiple times, how did you feel?”

Konrad Raab: “Well, I gritted my teeth and I let a yell out of my mouth. I got to admit, after grinding Katie's head across the cage and throwing her to the cage walls multiple times, I never thought I'd say this because I've always denied it, but I felt better. I feel like when I'm angry, I'm still scared of it, but at the same time, I realised that I'm an aggressive anger person.”

Everyone applauded, especially with Konrad only realising what type of anger he had when he used it and Terrence himself nodded, applauding Konrad for what he did in the match and he speaks to everyone as Konrad places his head down on the floor.

Terrence Phillips: “I agree, you are an aggressive angry guy. You lock your feelings up still, but you expressed it in a way that you needed to be violent and aggressive to a woman who used your story to make as a film. We are all proud of you here. However, do you know what triggers your anger?”

Konrad Raab: “Honestly, that's what I need to figure out, what triggers it for me to let loose as I did in the ring. It just comes out and I don't like my anger, I don't know if I feel safe to use it continuously, especially the experience I went through this time last year where I was angry all the time and well, I'm concerned it will happen again.”

Terrence Phillips: “I think to be frankly honest Konrad, your anger might be explosive at the moment, but you aren't anything like these guys in the room. You use anger for the right reasons. I saw that in the match with Katie. It's very rare from listening to your friends you use your anger. I think that's why you tend to snap and being fearful of your anger so often because you never use it unless you need to.”

Everyone, including Konrad himself as the psychotic guy, couldn't say anything about Konrad today, mainly because he won the match inside of a steel cage, doing everything Konrad said he'll do to Katie in private with the psychotic guy. Everyone applauds Konrad as he shook his head on the applauses and he says this.

Konrad Raab: “I don't know if I can accept these applauds for me because there were some parts of the match I feel terrible about, like going as far as I did with challenging Katie to a steel cage match and busting Katie wide open. I think I went too far with my violence and beating someone down.”

Bald headed tattoo guy: “You serious? She caused you to leave your workplace for your wife to give birth a day early. You should want to be violent and beat that bitch down. Katie deserved everything she got from you.”

Konrad Raab: “You're right, but I can't help, but feel if there was a better and constructive way of dealing with someone like Katie. Unfortunately, I don't tend to think straight when I'm angry. I was livid and I did a heck a lot of damage to Katie than she did with me. I have done a lot to make sure she'll never ever try something like that ever again.”

Terrence Phillips: “What's even more impressive was that although you were aggressive and doing everything to hurt Katie, you didn't use any weapons to send her a message. Sure, you were going to use the steel chair, but Katie distracted you from doing such a thing. You used the cage to your full advantage. You did everything you needed to do and for once out of everyone here, you seem the happiest person out of everyone here.”

Konrad Raab: “I'm happy for now because I have nothing to be angry about anymore in SCW. I've solved one problem with Katie and her family who never came with her to the match which made me even more proud of the win. I can live my life, knowing I've defended my family and can move on from Katie who has been nothing, but a thorn on my side.”

Once again everyone claps as there was nothing to fight or argue for anymore. Konrad still needed more time in therapy as anything can happen next week that could trigger Konrad's anger once again, especially the unpredictability coming in the way of Matt Hodges. Terrence pats Konrad on his shoulder for his performance on Sunday, especially figuring out the type of anger he produces.

Terrence Phillips: “Although you still some time to go, until you know how to control your anger, but it's a baby step you know what type of anger you can produce now. I think everything you did in the cage, it's made you want more violence and want to hurt even more people when I saw the look in your eyes like you were enjoying yourself on beating the hell out of her.”

Konrad Raab: “She'll think twice before she does anything like that with my family again. I made sure I did everything I could to capture that win from her. I also won the match as well, I forgot to mention that, but I'm still wanting to find out what starts my anger off and how I can control it when I have to be in that situation. I wasn't walking away from that match just as the winner though, I also wanted to walk away and learn my anger self and the anger self I saw was aggression.”

Terrence Phillips: “Also violence and hurting people psychically. I saw you smiling each time you threw her against the cage. I hope this doesn't follow on from the other nights you work because that can be quiet dangerous if you're aggressive like you were during that match. Anyway, time's up for today on the little group we've built up the last few days. Come back next week and feel free to discuss any issues to me anytime on the phone.”

Konrad nods as so does everyone else as he stood up finally being able to get himself home, but the lesson was needed because it was a few things Konrad discovered about his anger and his feeling was he traps it in and was aggressive. Although he did admit he still was afraid of it, Terrence spilt out on the last part that he could be a very dangerous angry guy if he continued to be angry in his match against Matt Hodges who he knows nothing about.

Konrad leaves the group therapy room and got his belongings and his clothes he wore here before putting the white overalls on. He puts his regular clothes on before he hands the receptionist his white overalls before he heads to the car park, going to sit in his car and drives off back to his home in Anaheim, spending time with his children for the day.

A returning wrestler comes back to SCW youtube.com shoot. (On Camera)

“Unfortunately, I've not got much if anything to say to my opponent purely because apart from camera time he got backstage in the last two shows, I don't know a whole lot about Matt Hodges. I know he's an accomplished wrestler, more so than Katie Steward will be. So I hear about you've won a lot of titles in SCW before you left for reasons we don't know at the moment. I can't say anything positive because I haven't thought of anything to say.

It's hard coming in a match and have very limited resources on a new or returning guy to SCW and being at a loss what to say. So he seems like he's very driven guy to want title opportunities and doing everything he can to get the UGWC title shot he never lost as he's already mentioned it on a video lately.

However, there was something in the debut you mention that you would throw me off, like trashing the fans for no reason whatsoever. What is the purpose of trashing the fans and be expected to be respected? After what I've heard you say, I don't think we'll ever be close friends and I don't think you're a world-class wrestler. Nobody is and that's just as arrogant as saying best in the world.

You got one thing right, I am friends with Alistaire, always am and always be a friend of his. I can't go by anything else, other than you're the type of guy who doesn't do high flying moves or anything, it's from a holding tactic to the newer kid. I may not have much to say other than talking about the number of titles you've had because you haven't witnessed say those things.

You may want to win in your return match to make an impact on someone, but I'm not going to let you do that, because you don't have a chance when you're wrestling against me by yourself without any recent SCW wrestling experiences as I do. I will go out there, do everything I can to beat you in the middle of the ring.

I hope you don't plan to overlook me because I can cause the biggest upsets which I defeated Katie as the biggest upset too and I look forward, despite you being a jackass about the fans, trashing them as you did, but you wouldn't be a wrestler without them. I will pin you for the three count and then it'll lead me to do something else great in my career. I will pin you for the three count, teaching you a thing or two about respecting the fans and the wrestling business as a whole. I wish I had more to say, but I don't because you're not a citizen anywhere for Boris to live in the UK. Prepare to be Iceinated by The Iced Rainbow."
