Breakdown – December 16

Lyza Reyes & Devin Brando vs. Jay Gold & Kelsai Adamson-Mason
The winners of the World’s Best Tournament from earlier in 2020 finally make their long awaited debut as members of the SCW roster. They will have a tough challenge as the team of Jay Gold and Kelsai Adamson-Mason is going to want to rebound from a tough loss. One question will be whether Jay Gold will be in the right frame of mind as he’s taken his recent losses hard.

Blake Mason vs. Ricky James
After the battle royal, Ricky James is certainly upset, as is Blake Mason for that matter. But Blake Mason may be more attentive to the bigger picture in SCW…then again, maybe Ricky James is too. Regardless, Ricky James will be looking for a big stage for his protest, while Blake Mason will undoubtedly be looking to shut James up.

Adam Allocco vs. Minerva
Minerva defeated an out-of-sorts Konrad Raab at Last Laugh. Now, Adam Allocco will be stepping up for his son’s best friend, or so he says. But is there something else going on here? It’s hard to believe anything Adam does is genuine, except pumping up his ego.

Cookie Dreams vs. Maria Salvatore
Cookie Dreams returns to the ring to face Maria Salvatore. Both will look to rebound from tough losses, but this styles clash could be something both could struggle with. It’s also a brief change of pace before the return for tag action for the KABLAMtastic Cookie.

Tag League
Dark Fantasy vs. Dylan Howell & Konrad Raab

The Jackass & Big Ass Connection vs. Frozen Hell

The Tag League continues with two matches that could have some interesting implications. Frozen Hell will face their longtime rivals the Jackass & Big Ass Connection. At this point, the Connection is largely playing spoiler. In fact, the same could be said for Dylan Howell & Konrad Raab when they face Dark Fantasy. Losses to both effectively put the fate of their bloc in the hands of Jordan Majors & Cookie Dreams. But if Frozen Hell can run the table, they put themselves right back into contention; Dark Fantasy, should they do the same, they need Majors and Dreams to lose. That all said, will Frozen Hell be able to rebound as they lost the World Tag Team Championship at Last Laugh in  a stunning upset. Will Xander Valentine be on their minds? Again, another parallel between these two matches…what about Syren and James Evans?

2 RP Limit for singles; 4 RP Limit for tag
Deadline: 11:59:59 pm ET Tuesday, December 15, 2020

Breakdown – December 20

If James Evans runs the gauntlet and wins, CHBK will give James Evans a contract to face Syren
James Evans vs. Ravyn Taylor, Christy Matthews & Holly Adams

This was the plan CHBK drafted up. If James Evans wants to face Syren, he’ll need to go through some of the greatest talent in SCW history. Two former World Champions and someone who acts like a World Champion. Who knows who will be drawing up the strategy, but James Evans better be prepared for something outside of the box as Infamous will do anything they need to to win. James Evans, meanwhile, has already proven an ability to conquer the odds as we all remember at Retribution.

Syren vs. Aaron Blackbourne
Meanwhile, Syren will be focusing on her own challenge – Aaron Blackbourne, a man who has beaten Syren in the spotlight before. Perhaps that’s why CHBK agreed to Aaron Blackbourne’s signing of this contract. At the same time, Blackbourne may be looking to keep Syren on her back foot, thinking of the bigger picture, while keeping his name in title contention discussions too.

JaMarcus Avery vs. Derek Adonis
JaMarcus Avery has not had the run in SCW many thought he would have, so he’s taking to the ring to show what he can do in singles exploits and facing Man Mountain himself. Derek Adonis has always surprised, so Avery better be prepared, but this could be the showcase of which he’s dreamed.

SCW Adrenaline Championship
Asher Hayes vs. Glory Braddock

Asher Hayes managed to fight through and earn this shot and here we go. Will they finally have the match they want, with no outside interference? Will Shilo Valiant rear his head? What about Chad Evans? Expect some announcements on this one before this match gets in the ring to allow a resolution Glory and Asher both will be pleased with.

Tag League Matches
Sienna Swann & Bree Lancaster vs. The Wonderland

SCW World Tag Team Championship
Dylan Howell & Konrad Raab vs. Suited & Booted (Chris Cannon & Lucas Knight)

Jordan Majors & Cookie Dreams vs. Gavin Taylor & Katie Steward

Talk about a collection of Tag League matches where there are more questions than answers. Cannon and Knight could end their Tag League as champions, a hell of a story given their progression from unknowns to a bona fide top tier team. They also will defend against a team that’s had their shot already – Howell and Raab. They get a rare second opportunity, thanks to the Tag League’s rules. Majors and Dreams need to keep their hot streak alive to control the destiny of their bloc, but will Taylor and Steward be able to even work together after they imploded at Last Laugh? Finally, what to make of Swann and Lancaster facing The Wonderland? Are they allies? Are they not? Will they compete? Or will something else entirely be at play in this one. Swann and Lancaster control their destiny too in their bloc so every win matters!
