Breakdown Card – May 27, 2021
Selena Frost vs. Holly Adams
Selena Frost faced Asher Hayes in what turned into a mugging by Hayes and his life coach, Holly Adams. Holly also managed to blindside Deanna at ringside, adding a level of personal vendetta to this contest. Selena Frost will now go one on one with Holly Adams, but the A/C Unit will likely be at ringside, as will Deanna.

Minerva vs. Jordan Majors
Minerva was yet again up to her old tricks, threatening those close to David Helms and Chris Cannon. Jordan Majors said she’d make sure Minerva would not win Taking Hold of the Flame. But there’s a lot more to come until then and on Breakdown, Majors will stand up for her friends against Minerva, while we hear this match was booked intentionally to limit Minerva’s movement to keep her predictable. Will that work out?

Josh Hudson vs. Konrad Raab
Hudson was attacked by Raab, Minerva, Kandis and Valentine several weeks back. A fight with Kandis was only the start, but add the Taking Hold of the Flame battle royal on the horizon, and Raab and Hudson both entrants into it, although likely for different personal reasons, this could be a match both look back to as being a turning point in their personal goals going forward.

Ravyn Taylor vs. Kat Kelly
Is Syren starting to reconsider Infamous plans? Will Ravyn Taylor care? And what do they make of someone like Kat Kelly who likely is familiar to members of Infamous but for a number of very different reasons. Regardless, the tag partner of CHBK’s illegitimate daughter Lexy Chapel, and member of LEXY CHAPEL PRESENTS LEXYCORP’S LEXILICIOUS LEXY’S ANGELS, will be looking to quickly make more waves for the group. What will happen with CHBK and Lexy both at ringside? And will Ravyn Taylor still be business as usual even while there may be some disagreements behind the scenes?

Glory Braddock vs. Gavin Taylor
Gavin Taylor had a big win on Breakdown. He also has a big task in front of him at Taking Hold of the Flame, but before then, he faces someone who has beaten him with gold on the line before. Glory Braddock meanwhile has her own goals and this likely has something to do with her discussion with Mr. D a few weeks back. We know she has her eye on more SCW gold, but she’s not fully told us what that is. What we can assume is that this match, win or lose, will be a big one for both competitors.

SCW Television Championship
Jessica Lasiewicz vs. Bison Jones

Bison Jones is the new TV Champion, although the celebration could have been much different if Adam Allocco was in any degree of sobriety. Meanwhile, he faces Jessica Lasiewicz. Some insiders have been curious about this decision. Rumours have it that Jessica herself asked for it. Why? Some believe it’s a way for them to return to the tag ranks and Jessica is trying to refocus Vengeance heading into Rise to Greatness season. We’ll see what happens with TV Gold on the line!
