After a controversial win at Retribution, Team Desire is going to have to prove they didn’t just get lucky. After a disqualification victory over the Playgirls, thanks to the efforts of the Fiery Nation, and stealing a win at Body, Heart, and Soul while the Playgirls were looking moments away from victory, Katie and Gigi are going to look to keep earning their way to the top, while European Fiery Nation will continue to do as they wish – to turn every tag match into a hardcore war, something we assure you Katie will want nothing to do with. Plus, the Playgirls are going to be keeping a close eye on this one.

Team Desire | "A New Day is Coming..."
In Los Angeles, California at the home of Katie Steward. Katie walks into her office. A smile still glued to her face after her tag team triple threat win. She wasn’t going to let anyone take that feeling away from her. The feeling of why she is one of the most dangerous opponents in SCW. Not because of the disgusting violences that plagues the company, but just the ability of her stealing the win. Like some special move in the game of chess where the Queen slides across the board and hits a checkmate. It was such an amazing feeling picking up the win.
Of course as good as she felt she knew that there was no shortage of detractors talking about her online. No good trolls trying to criticize her for stealing the win out from under everyone. Just treating her like a criminal for being the smart one in the match. Which wasn’t a stretch by any measure. I mean, come on, her opponents were going to be winning any trivia night contests.
Katie walks over to her desk in her office and sits down in the chair leaning back in it. TJ Johnson joins her inside and sits down in the chair in front of the desk.
They were there to discuss their next move. Katie already knew what she wanted, but SCW had other ideas. Breakdown was seeing Brittany Lohan get her chance at completing Supreme Champion before her. Instead they decided to feed the trolls online and give the Nation the fight they wanted with Team Desire. No way of Katie being able to steal the win out from under the other team. Truthfully she was fine with this. Win or Lose for Brittany and Katie would still be waiting on the sidelines. For the Nation she and Gigi still had some business to finish.
Oh, that reminded her of the best news that came out of the weekend show. The biggest reason for Katie’s smile being brighter than it has in awhile. She had Gigi back on board and wanted to help her finish her quest. The Nation's own selfish act of trying to stick their noses into Team Desire’s business a couple of weeks ago was the fire Gigi needed and now it’ll lead to their own downfall. Team Desire will finish this business and she’ll get her tag title match next.
“I’m sorry Katie, I don’t know what they were thinking with Breakdown.” TJ shakes his head. “I’ve gone ahead and issued a formal protest about the tag title match. They won’t get away with snubbing you like this.”
Katie lifts her head up looking at TJ. She smirks, pleased with what he’s done, but then ends up waving him off. “It’s ok, TJ. I’m not mad about Breakdown. I’m happy for Brittany and honestly I hope finishes her quest. She’ll be just another well deserved legend of SCW achieving their greatness.” Katie smiles at TJ as he looks at her. He wonders what it would take to remove it. Since Body, Heart and Soul Katie has been in this cheery mood. It was really weird.
“Oh ok, well I’ll cancel the protest.” TJ slowly nods watching Katie making sure he’s reading the room correctly. “Then maybe instead send some complementary flowers for support?”
“Oh my Goddess, TJ, that is a great idea. “She’ll be confused.Glory would think it’s poisoned and destroy them, but I’ll be the sincere one.” Katie laughs at the mind games that aren’t really mind games, but it’s whatever. No one truly gets Katie and probably never will.
“Alright, so you’re ok with Breakdown then?” TJ questions.
“Yes. Gigi and I have other business we need to tend to first before I can finish my own quest. If I don’t then they’re just going to show up again and ruin it because everyone always ruins my parade.” Katie shakes her head. The thought almost put her out of her upbeat attitude. “When am I going to get my own flowers?”
“I’ll make a note about it.” TJ works on his phone pushing buttons. Katie nods.
“Good, now I need to go and meet up with Gigi, because it’s what a good team does.”

Giovanna Steward stands in front of a mirror in the restrooms of a gym. She washes her face after her sweatin’ workout. Just like Katie, she too is hitting on a higher level right now. Things between the two of them couldn’t be better. Gigi might not be glowing as bright as Katie was at this moment. Well maybe she was, but that was only because spending a few hours with her workout routine. Nonetheless Gigi felt confident about herself again and reconnecting with Katie felt good.
Gigi leaves the restroom and outside where she is joined by her bestie, Madison. It felt good having her back with her too. Maybe soon they could be back on the road and supporting her at ringside for her matches, but not too soon. Gigi isn’t going to rush her.
“So you and Katie seem to be hitting it off again.” Maddy asks Gigi noticing she looks to be happier now.
“Yeah, we’re just focused again on the same thing. Having one common goal we can both work on is great.” Gigi nods.
“It’s also really amazing seeing her have my back like that.”
“That’s great.” Maddy smiles at Gigi.
“Although, do you think I should be worried? I did get an advance word from Sasha about the next Breakdown.
Someone has got a shot at the tag titles instead of us. Katie isn’t going to be happy about that, right?” Gigi asks, her smile slowly deteriorates.
“Who would they give the shot to if not you?” Maddy asks the thought provoking question.
“Apparently Brittany Lohan is also on the quest for Supreme Champion. There is a lot going on there. If she clinches it on Breakdown before Katie. I’m kinda nervous about that. The last couple of weeks with Katie have been great. If we were to just lose it like that over something like this?” Gigi looked a little nervous. Her breathing is getting a bit erratic.
“Ok I can see how that is a little troubling. Knowing Katie's stance on over reacting on, well everything.” Maddy tries to think of something, anything to help Gigi and calm her down. “You know what you need? No talking to Katie. Just keep your distance until Breakdown. Then everything will still be good before you two like it is now!. You can’t know Katie’s lost it unless you see her.”
“I don’t think that’ll work. I already know she’s lost it a few times already.” Gigi laughs a bit. “Seriously I don’t think it’ll be possible to avoid her until Breakdown.”
Right on cue, Gigi’s phone rings in her bag. She reaches into the bag and pulls out her phone to see Katie calling her.
“Ok, this is good. You can answer it and see how she is by the sound of her voice. If she’s freaking out or calm and relaxed.” Maddy continues helping Gigi through this mini crisis of trying to gauge how nuts Katie is at the moment.
“Hey Katie, how’s it going with you?” Gigi answers the call. She sounds nervous holding the phone to her ear.
“Ok, a nice quick phone call and then get out of there. Next time you see her is at Breakdown.” Maddy says as she watches Gigi.
“Um huh. Yeah. Ok. Cool. Bye.” Gigi has a quick call with Katie like Maddy predicted. “Yeah, she wants to meet me in about an hour.”
“Oh. I’m sorry G. but you still have me.” Maddy smiles at Gigi and it does make her feel better seeing Maddy smile. Taking away whatever thought she is having how Katie is currently taking Breakdown matches.

Gigi arrives at A Steward’s Place restaurant to meet with Katie. She walks inside and finds Katie sitting in a booth. She immediately noticed her looking happy and cheerful. Katie must be taking things well, she thought. Or maybe she doesn’t know yet. Well Gigi isn’t going to be the one to tell her.
Gigi walks across the restaurant and joins Katie in the booth. Gigi puts on a smile and flashes it at Katie. She hopes Katie doesn’t see through it as she’s trying to not feel guilty of knowing something that Katie might not know yet.
“So why did you want to see me?” Gigi asks.
Katie takes a breath. “We need to talk. It’s serious, but it’s about Breakdown.”
Gigi closes her eyes for a moment. This is it. Katie is going to lose it now. This is the end of their happy fun time era. It was nice while it lasted.
“Gigi, I feel that your wrestling isn’t good enough.”
Gigi opens her eyes and looks at Katie. She does everything in her power not to jump across the table. Instead she manages to get out an, “Excuse me?”
“My wrestling isn’t good enough.”
“Better.” Gigi burns red hot at the moment. What is Katie even trying to do right now that isn't Gigi to attack her?
“Gigi, what happened at Body, Heart and Soul was amazing, but we were also very, very lucky. Lucky that our opponents were smart enough to figure things out on their own. So I had to do what needed to be done. Breakdown we wouldn’t be able to pull something like that off again.” Katie explains to Gigi. “Well maybe we can. Those Hooligans probably wouldn’t learn anything new.”
Luckily for Katie, Gigi calms down from her bloodthirsty rage that had boiled over. Gigi understands where Katie is coming from. She was right. They were lucky at Body, Heart and Soul.
“We just need to be better. Which of course we better, but we can’t let them catch us slipping up. We are way too close to finishing my quest.” Katie takes a deep breath. Slowing down to let Gigi catch up.
“You’re right, Katie. We are deserving of this and they do anything to try and take us down.” Gigi nods with Katie as they’re still on the same page. They’re still a united front. Gigi smiles happy they still have that. “You know, Maddy had me kinda worried. We thought you were losing it about Twisted and Sadistic getting the title shot on Breakdown over us.” Gigi laughs.
“Oh, yeah well it’s ok. We’re rooting for Brittany.” Katie smiles. It just confuses Gigi.
“We are? Wow, I wasn’t expecting this reaction. You’ve really matured in your time in SCW.” Gigi laughs a little.
“Yeah, well it was bound to happen eventually. Besides, every Supreme Champion has done their thing. Katie Steward, though. I will be the most decorated.”
Katie doesn’t lose her smile. She proceeds to laugh in her usual sinister laugh that just spooks Gigi a bit.

“So because I ‘stole’ the win at Body, Heart and Soul. Some business that we wanted to take care of was left off the table. The only good thing about that is that the Playgirls are written off the show. Which of course is fantastic to me, because they didn’t do much of anything. Team Desire is on the fastlane to the title and we just had a little speed bump to get over. Nothing too serious. Now the European Fiery Nation, some hooligans that wanted to pick a fight thought that maybe they could make a statement on Team Desire. All they did though was bring Gigi and I closer together. It feels so good. Before I made my return to SCW last year and came back. I was in a dark place. I’ve hurt people I didn’t want to hurt. So I disappeared. Unfortunately you can’t run away from your past. It finds you and brings you back to face the coincidences of your own actions. They were severe too. I lost my Brats and I lost Gigi. Now thanks to that sneak attack a few weeks ago. It’s fired up Gigi. It’s caused me to rile up. Team Desire isn’t interested in any kind of brawl violence that everyone is into. Though I do enjoy putting an end to it. So Breakdown, just like Playgirls. We’ll settle things with the Nation because after the Breakdown ends. It’s going to be Katie Steward’s turn to finish her quest.” -Katie Steward
“I am feeling great. I had a really great workout earlier today with my best friend. I had a really great talk with Katie. She bought me dinner at the restaurant we were at. Everything is just really great. I’ve got a new outlook on SCW as a whole. The European Fiery Nation might’ve caught me off guard a few weeks ago, but now I’m completely on board with Team Desire. Katie got us the wins at Body, Heart and Soul, because it’s what she does. People might not like the way it’s done. Come on, out of everything that goes down in SCW. You’re going to draw the line at that? We’re going to end Katie’s quest of her becoming Supreme Champion and seriously we’re not going to wait any longer. Team Desire is finishing our business with the Nation and then we’re getting the tag team titles. Then maybe next time everyone is going to think twice before they decide they want to get notice by putting their hands on me.” -Gigi Steward

After Dakon and Ludvig returned from their businesses from Dakon's motorcycle club, Dakon went to California on Friday to see the Trackhouse Moto GP bike unveil he was invited to go to by Justin Marks himself, with Ginny tagging with him. Ludvig had been busy opening up a food and drinks service for his stripper, night and casino club that was growing bigger and becoming well-known in Atlanta at a rapid rate. Although Konrad wasn't with them because he had done the Rolex Twenty-Four Hours race and had to wrestle in Chicago, Ginny was and is technically in charge when Konrad's not about.
Plus, it occurred to her that Konrad was covered in burns, not that it was new to her because Konrad had burned himself multiple times before and would not be back to wrestling for some time. He would not be back since he had NASCAR and dirt car racing duties to do. They were doing their usual of sitting in their home and wanting to discuss many things.
Ginny Raab: "We're only going to talk about us without Konrad being around. I don't think he'll be back until at least March, and I'd be shocked if he's back before that."
Dakon Theron: "Well, he was badly burned with that match."
Ginny Raab: "Partly it is, but not entirely the reason why it's what's putting him out of action funny enough. His racing career this month alone these next few weeks will also make him really busy, especially with LA Clash, then UMP Modifieds dirt racing and then Daytona races for both Xfinity and Cup races. So we won't address anything with Konrad and focus on us."
Ludvig Eriksson: “I agree.”
Of course, they had the same opponents as the pay-per-view, but the difference was they were only facing Team Desire. A team Dakon and Ludvig caused many problems with, more with the other team who no longer calls themselves playgirls. Dakon and Ginny got close together on the sofa and shared a kiss. Ludvig saw it and commented.
Ludvig Eriksson: "You two are together, aren't you?"
Dakon Theron: "Yes."
Ludvig Eriksson: "Your secret is safe with me. I prefer having a single life anyway, so I can fuck any females as I like."
Ginny Raab: "Maybe you're a young kid, but one day, you will have to decide to be in a relationship with a woman. I get you want to be single, but be careful because anything you do, even outside the ring, will get discussed. Certainly be careful if you consider dating a female wrestler because it could easily cost your career, as it almost did with Konrad."
Dakon Theron: “She's not wrong bro.”
Ludvig Eriksson: "Who the hell cares, man? I want to be talked about, and I should be with how much of a Swedish sex god I am."
Dakon and Ludvig were complete opposites about this. Dakon was always the leading trash talker but quiet outside the ring and cameras, while Ludvig was the opposite. Dakon chuckled, and so did Ginny.
Ginny Raab: "Konrad and I are proud of what you boys have done to cause trouble and set yourselves standing out to be different. Although people are talking about you a lot, not necessarily wanting to put Team Desire strongly, despite them beating you both."
Dakon Theron: "While you're right, but all this you beaten us and respect you for being wrestlers is fucking boring. I don't find that entertaining or interesting. They beat us, so fucking what?"
Ludvig Eriksson: "We did this in Atlanta Wrestling Alliance because it would benefit the other team more than us."
Ginny Raab: "Hear me out, OK. What if people viewed you guys as more dangerous if you did this? I know, I don't find that all interesting and thrilling, but you're a wrestler and need to do this act. You can say the usual things; just be careful you don't end up repeating each other."
Ginny made a valid point to both lads. It led to both of them scratching their heads while saying the same things. They needed to word things differently, and approach matches differently. Dakon and Ludvig sighed as if their stuff was more interesting than putting Team Desire strong.
Dakon Theron: "I know you have a point, but saying the things we say, you know, it stands us out as a team. Europeans are tired of seeing guys wrestle with pure skill and win by pinfall or submission in regular tag matches. Seen plenty of those."
Ludvig Eriksson: “I know right? It takes little effort to do a simple task like that. Granted, we haven't won matches, but anyone can use one move to finish a match. That's not the reason I got into the business."
Ginny Raab: "Don't blame me; blame how the wrestling business works. You can still promote yourselves as a hardcore-hitting tag team, and you can promote yourselves as having different wrestling styles and wanting to do hardcore wrestling; that's what stands you, boys, out from the rest. However, it's necessary to recognise that Team Desire are a threat, and you need to recognise the win they got. Trust me, it's no fun to say, but it's what you must do."
Dakon nodded to agree on the part they should do as wrestlers wasn't any fun at all, and Ludvig too, but Ludvig was still not a confident talker; he barely spoke and let Dakon talk about the majority of the time because Ludvig was all about getting action done.
Dakon Theron: "Fine, we do the boring praising Team Desire for their bullshit win over us. Sounds boring and not going back on it."
Ludvig Eriksson: "Same, but I rarely like talking to the cameras as it is. I wish we could get in the ring and see who wins without discussing opponents. That's how I like to get things done."
Dakon Theron: "I get it, but we'd be boring wrestlers if we did just that. We talk to promote ourselves and the match. We're all about the hardcore hitting action. That's another thing people don't get about us: We make people talk of our actions, not the whole " I said this and that."
Ginny Raab: "Yeah, but please, boys, you need to improve yourselves with that. I enjoy the brutality and hardcore wrestling, too. But remember that to grow, you need to put the team strong."
Dakon and Ludvig nodded since they still disagreed with the decision. They agreed to try to do things differently, which worked like a charm. Ginny also pointed out something else to the team.
Ginny Raab: "All these teams don't care about the tag titles. Unlike you boys, their main goal is to be Supreme Champion; they only want to compete for the tag titles to achieve that achievement. You guys only want to be known as tag champions, and that's it."
Dakon Theron: "I've already been a solo world champion in the Atlanta Wrestling Alliance, and I'm happy. Being the world champion in the tag team is something we've not done. We've been tag champions, but they aren't globally known as world compared to Supreme Championship Wrestling."
Ludvig Eriksson: "All these teams want to do the traditional earn title shots by winning matches. Man, they do not want to evolve. I know Kate, the cowardly bitch doesn't; she has the sight of hardcore wrestling."
Dakon Theron: "She shouldn't be a professional wrestler if that's the case. If she wants a fair fight, do amateur wrestling, MMA, or boxing. Not having hardcore wrestling removes what makes professional wrestling stand out from other combat sports."
Ludvig scratched his chin and drank water, which Ginny had served to everyone around them.
Ludvig Eriksson: "Not to mention the high flying I do as well. Granted, Dakon and I are different in that area, but I'm a high flyer who is not afraid to get my hands dirty with hardcore weapons."
Dakon Theron: "There aren't many high flyers in this sport who would do both. Anyway, the point is we know what we have to do, Ginny. We beat the hell out of Team Desire and win."
Ginny nodded, and it was clear the meeting was over between the lads as they weren't the type that go out for nights together before wrestling matches and more or less had their own businesses that were growing. Still, wrestling was apart from meals and occasions. Socialising was the only time Dakon and Ludvig were together. Ginny and Dakon went upstairs together as a couple while Ludvig left the house to attend to the clubs he owns.

Ludvig Eriksson: “Why the blue hell are you a professional wrestler if you don't want to be hurt? If you don't want to be a weapons wrestler in the professional wrestling business that weapons and hardcore matches stand out from the rest of combat sports, go and be an amateur wrestler, go and be an MMA fighter or go to be a boxer where you can win matches by pure skills, none of which interest me.”
Dakon Theron: “We want to praise well done on beating us. Yeah whoopee, why do I care? Why do I care of saying you're a threat to us? Why? What's interesting in saying pathetic shit like that? I mean fucking hell, we promote wrestling matches for you because both of you are so bloody dull. All these achievements you got Kate, yet scared to evolve yourself of improving to be a hardcore wrestler.”
Ludvig Eriksson: “You're just like every other team out there, same and generic tag wrestling style. We spice things up because tag team wrestling needed this shit. We're not Light In The Darkness, Twisted and Sadistic despite living nothing up to that tag name, Playdolls teams of the world. Fact is I can't tell Kate and Gigi separate from each other, apart from Kate's achievements in SCW.”
Dakon Theron: “While you should be able to with us by now. See, Ludvig here, he has his own high flying wrestling style and hardcore hitting to him. I have power and hardcore hitting to myself. Again, you prove nothing by saying we're hooligans because we are and we've admitted it more than once, multiple times. We even have our own businesses too. Me with a motorcycle club.”
Ludvig Eriksson: “I on the other hand own a nightclub, casino and a stripper club all in one. I'm unlike Dakon is single and I'm a wild man off camera. I don't like talking a lot because honestly, I'm all action than talk.”
Dakon Theron: “He's right. He's more the guy that would beat you down and I do both. You told us we weren't thinking, we were actually, making you as a team fucking relevant by attacking you and Playdolls. Crying how people don't give a shit about you both, yet we gave you both that free attention and both you girls and Playdolls still cried about it.”
Ludvig Eriksson: “It's so hypocritical from you both and you may won the match and pinned me, but you set no example to us. We aren't changing our methods anytime soon because we prefer to get attention the easy way to attack Light In The Darkness. Winning a bunch of matches isn't going to get you there quickly.”
Dakon Theron: “Look how much time it took Twisted and Sadistic to get there. Not once have we ever cried in our losses because the only time we'd care about losing is if the tag titles are on the line. It has no effect on us. Doesn't have any effect on us if you girls had a big pair of tits to smash us with weapons.”
Ludvig Eriksson: “But we have to care about winning because it's a thing to do and winning is what we do because you provide absolutely nothing for us. Wins is the only thing you got over us and we give no fucks about it.”
Dakon Theron: “It also doesn't mean we can't beat you because we can, but the difference is we're going to do the same old stuff all the time in the ring. We are evil and violent. We refuse to be regular wrestlers that go for pinfalls and submission.
Ludvig Eriksson: “That's boring and it'll forever be boring. That's the wrestling Kate wants to do, a typical wrestler who's afraid of getting hurt, afraid of being hit with weapons like a pussy she is.”
Dakon Theron: “The point is we're going to win because we are a much better team, despite the wins you got over us which means nothing and we don't care about because our fun is hardcore wrestling. Our fun is using weapons to beat opponents down and we'll play that game until Light In The Darkness are ready to face us for the tag titles because we've given them that attention and want to beat us badly because of our actions. Shame you and Gigi can't do the same. We're winning because we said so. End of story.”
