If people are wondering, **SPOILER** there is one change to a team - this was something new I did this year. I asked someone to roleplay (the person legitimately next drawn in Trios) to roleplay as an alternate and had them randomly replace someone in the tournament who didn't show. I did this both to offer a safety net as sometimes life happens, but also to encourage me to have to think on my feet a bit more in some of the storytelling around this tournament.
