Updates and moteq - supremecw - 03-03-2026
Hi all,
For those who don't know, I've been dealing with a bit of a chaotic schedule as my father went in for surgery a couple of weeks ago. We assumed he would be at home within a weekend. They kept him in for over two weeks and so I've had to include trips to see him while going to his house to take care of his cat, check mail, and do other things to maintain things before he returned home. This all while trying to keep up with my actual job and show-writing and also trying to also have a life on top of all of that. Things unraveled.
So, here's the plan:
I am going to try and get Breakdown up tonight, but to be blunt, I'm exhausted. I only finally got back to my desk at 8 p.m. after helping my dad get set up back at home. I've got actual work I also need to do, so I'm balancing it all. Regardless, here's the plan. Breakdown, at worst, will be up tomorrow. Everyone has submitted their matches. I have most of the show done. I just need the time to write some segments to build to the ppv. We'll then have a SUNDAY deadline for the Breakdown that will in our universe still take place Saturday. Then Retribution. If all goes well, this gives me a few days to catch up on actual work I owe so I can then focus on Breakdown over the weekend and by early next week be where I thought I would've been two weeks ago had my dad not been in the hospital much longer than anticipated. I thank everyone for your patience - I know that this is a frustrating thing to deal with from the writing side and I keep saying I'll figure it out, but it seems like life has other plans. I'm hopeful though I can put my head down and get stuff done and hopefully get to where I wanted to be where shows are generally up within 24 hours of show date, ppvs included.
