Shots of Deanna Frost, Kandis, Xander Valentine, and Syren are shown before the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The crowd cheers as we see fans standing on their feet.

Sharper: “We are live in Edmonton for night two of Fatal Fortunes and just like last week, we’re starting off big.”

Knots: “That’s right. Title on the line. Adrenaline Championship!”

Sharper: “Adam Sharper here with Jonathan Knots and that was just announced before we went on the air!”

Phillips: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the SCW Adrenaline Championship!.

The first chords of "Immortal" by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play over the PA system...

Phillips: Introducing first, from London, England, she is the reigning and defending SCW Adrenaline Champion, The British Bombshell GLORY BRADDOCK!

Glory Braddock steps out onto the stage, wearing her ring gear consisting of purple spandex pants, boots, and a purple top. She really does look like a million bucks and grins from ear to ear, gazing out at the crowd for a moment before making her way down the entrance ramp.

I come alive at the second of midnight

So I can fly when the world is asleep

You scream and howl as I'm taking the first bite

Blood on my tongue tastes of eternity

People will come and go

Some stories never told

They bury me down below

But I'll never die

'Cause I'm immortal

Yes, immortal

The British Bombshell steps up the steel steps and then onto the ring apron. She poses momentarily on the apron, allowing people to take snapshots before stepping through the ropes and into the ring.  Once in the ring Glory heads to the center of the ring and poses once more. Then the music dies down slowly…

Phillips: And the challenger…being accompanied to the ring by Melinda Braddock…”The Assassin” CLYDE SUTTER!

The lights in the arena go out as the opening chords of “Unforgiven” by Metallica begins to play.  As the song picks up its pace a spotlight shines at the top of the ramp and we see “The Assassin” Clyde Sutter standing there with a sinister grin on his face.  He is joined by the beautiful Melinda Braddock. After a few moments of soaking in the crowd reaction, which he seems to enjoy despite their booing, Sutter and Melinda begin to make their slow walk down the ramp. The spotlight follows the sinister sociopath as he approaches the ring. They reach the ring area and Melinda kisses him on his cheek. Sutter then foregoes the steel steps as he leaps up from the floor to the ring apron.  With the spotlight remaining only on Sutter as one of the few lights in the arena at the moment, Sutter enters the ring and then stand in the center. The sound of Metallica dies down and the lights come back on.

Clyde Sutter vs. Glory Braddock

SCW Adrenaline Championship

Sharper: “What a start! Clyde Sutter back in SCW and he and Glory have a long history together!”

Knots: “And right now, they’re both going through in their minds and there’s a title on the line! Glory’s Adrenaline Championship!”

Glory ducks a lariat and then fires off quick European uppercuts, chops, and then a spinning heel kick.  Braddock with a superkick that backs Sutter into a corner.  Glory with a stinger splash.  Sutter walks out of the corner and into an axe kick from Braddock.  Sutter still doesn’t fall.  Glory with another superkick and he drops to a knee.  Glory with a scissors kick and finally Sutter goes down.  Braddock with a shining wizard.  Quickly Glory goes to the legs, applying a leg grapevine.  But Clyde is still far too strong and easily muscles his way to the bottom rope to force the break.

Sharper: “Clyde just using that strength, that size, to move to the ropes.”

Knots: “Glory better get crafty. She’s going to have to do so.”

Glory takes Sutter by his leg and attempts to lock in an Indian Death Lock but Sutter kicks her way.  He gets up to his knees.  Glory rushes in but he explodes with a lunging lariat.  Sutter pushes himself back up.  Glory pushes herself back up.  Sutter with a big boot, flooring Braddock.  Sutter whips Glory into the ropes and then delivers a tilt a whirl into a side slam.  Sutter quickly turns her over into a Boston Crab.  Braddock eventually reaches the ropes to force the break.

Sharper: “And Sutter trying to go hold for hold with Braddock.”

Knots: “Helps when you’re twice the size of her!”

Sutter with a fallaway slam.  Sutter with a clothesline from hell turning Glory inside out.  Glory rolls to the ring apron to try and compose herself.  She pulls herself up and Sutter knocks her off the apron with another big boot.  Sutter goes out after her.  Glory with a chop block to Sutter’s leg.  He drops to a knee.  Glory goes for a ddt but Sutter overpowers her with a back drop on the outside.  Sutter then takes Braddock and buckle bombs her on the steel ring post.

Sharper: “Oh! Powerbomb into the ringpost!”

Knots: “I think we’re getting a new champion, Sharper!”

Clyde rolls her back into the ring.  He whips her into the ropes and delivers a massive spine buster.  He goes for the cover…

2…

…3NO!

Sutter hoists Braddock up and drops her with a crucifix bomb.  Then he locks her back in the Boston Crab.  It takes much longer this time but again Glory manages to reach the bottom rope to force the break.  Sutter hoists her up for a suplex, lets her hang upside down for several seconds, before dropping her.  He immediately transitions into a crippler crossface.

Sharper: “Braddock struggling here. Just being manhandled by Sutter.”

Knots: “Man came on a mission!”

Glory can’t quite reach the ropes.  So instead she counters by turning herself over on top of Clyde, putting his shoulders down for a pinning combination…

1…

2…Sutter breaks the hold!

Sutter pulls Glory back to her feet.  He goes for another clothesline from hell but Braddock counters it into a crippler crossface of her own!

Sharper: “Crossface! Braddock with one of her own!”

Knots: “Sutter’s fighting though! He’s fighting!”

Sutter is able to muscle his way back to the ropes to force the break.  Glory quickly transitions into a fujiwara arm bar.  But again Sutter is too strong and muscles his way back to the bottom ropes, forcing the break.  Clyde tries to rise to his feet but Braddock puts him back down with a scissors kick.  Glory rolls out onto the ring apron and then climbs up to the top rope.  Sutter rises up to his feet and turns around into a missile dropkick!  Glory quickly goes to another corner and hops up onto the middle rope.  Sutter is already back to his feet but Glory drops him with a blockbuster she calls Prankster’s Paradise!  Glory quickly into the cover…

1…

…2Kickout!

Sharper: “Only two!”

Knots: “Going to have to do a few more pranks if you want to get this one!”

Clyde is already getting back to his feet, much to the astonishment of Braddock.  Glory goes for a swinging neck breaker and connects.  She goes up to the top one more time and attempts London Plunge, the diving headbutt, but Sutter rolls out of the way, barely avoiding contact!  Sutter quickly is back to his feet.  He pulls Braddock up and power bombs her.  He hoists her up for a second power bomb and connects.  He still doesn’t let go as he hoists her up, going to try and finish her off with the F5 to complete Judge, Jury, and Execution…but Glory counters the F5 into the Shekhinah Glory!  Triangle choke!

Sharper: “Shekhinah Glory! She’s trying to choke out Clyde!”

Knots: “Sutter is still up though!”

Sutter tries to stay on his feet and much to the surprise of the crowd and Braddock herself he does manage to remain on his feet for a long time before he drops to a knee.  Glory wrenches the hold in tighter.  Sutter then starts to power out of the hold.  He gets back to his feet.  SIT OUT POWER BOMB TO BRADOCK TO BREAK THE SHEKHINAH GLORY!

Sharper: “My God! A powerbomb!”

Knots: “Can he be stopped?”

Clyde and Glory are both winded as they try to pull themselves back up.   Sutter is up first followed by Glory.  Sutter rushes in and drills her with Unforgiven, his claymore kick!  But the impact of the kick sends Glory tumbling to the outside!  Sutter starts to show signs of frustration but Melinda Braddock urges him to stay calm and focus on winning.  Sutter then goes back outside after Glory.

Sharper: “And Glory’s daughter here helping keep Sutter focused.”

Knots: “Imagine if he wasn’t focused…”

Sutter spots Glory using the barricade to pull herself up.  He charges and spears her through the barricade!  Chants of “HOLY SHIT!” erupt from the fans.  Clyde pulls Glory from the wreckage and she is coughing up blood.  He rolls her back into the ring.  He whips her in and drops her with Assassination, his end of days variant!  He covers…

1…

2…

…3NOOO! Glory was too close to the ropes and got a foot on the bottom rope!

Sharper: “Glory gets to the ropes! That should’ve been it.”

Knots: “Now Glory won’t just stay down.”

Sutter pulls Glory up and quickly locks in Judgment Day, the barr arm sleeper!  Glory continues to cough up blood as the referee thinks seriously about calling for the bell but Braddock insists she still has fight left.  But Glory is starting to fade away.

Sharper: “And now trying to choke out Glory himself. Braddock fading.”

Knots: “New champion coming up!”

Sutter squeezes as hard as he can, Glory’s blood getting all over him now.  Glory thinks quickly and, with one last ditch effort, uses the turnbuckle to run up and flip over on top of Sutter, who keeps Judgment Day locked in on Glory who is fading away fast…but his shoulders are down…

1…

2…

…3!

Phillips: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, and STILL SCW Adrenaline Champion, GLORY BRADDOCK!

Glory tries to get up but immediately collapses on the mat.  Sutter gets to his feet as Melinda joins him in the ring.  Sutter smirks at the scene before him as he leans forward and plants a kiss on Melinda’s lips.

Sharper: “Braddock surviving, still champion, but Clyde Sutter…look what he took out of her.”

Knots: “Welcome back to SCW. God help anyone who gets in the ring with him!”

Sutter and Melinda leave as the official checks on Braddock.

The scene then opens up to show Alex “CHBK” Desoubrais at his desk.

CHBK: “A heck of a match to start off the second night of Fatal Fortunes and it shows again that not only is this the place to be for competition, but that our roster is getting stronger by the day. I look forward to seeing what Clyde Sutter can do.”

CHBK pauses.

CHBK: “But I’m breaking into our program at this moment with an important announcement.”

CHBK clears his throat.

CHBK: “As a result of the actions of Waylon Creek last week and his attempt to injure two wrestlers with the use of an ambulance…regardless of whether he was successful or not, it is clear that Mr. Creek and the Fall of Man don’t recognize there are limits to what is allowed. As a result of his actions…and with the approval of the SCW Board of Directors, I hereby announce that Waylon Creek has been stripped of the SCW Television Championship!”

The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Wow…”

Knots: “Have we had someone stripped of a title for their actions? Like this?”

CHBK: “Tonight, there will be a Television Championship match and it will determine who will be the new TV Champion going forward. Thank you and enjoy the rest of the show.”

The crowd roars as we cut to a wide shot in the arena.

Sharper: “Creek stripped of the TV Title!”

Knots: “Good luck getting it from him.”

Sharper: “What a shock to start off tonight. And we’re just getting started! Fatal Fortunes continues after this!”

The scene cuts away.

Phillips: “The following contest is a best two out of three falls match! Introducing first…”

Ha
Yeah
Let's go hard
(Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey!)

Red strobe lights flash. Smoke begins to bellow out in front of the entrance. Neko Mori AKA NEMO steps out from the back. She kneels down, holding a barbed wire baseball bat across her shoulders. She spots the camera and signals for the world to bring it.

Phillips: “Originally from Fukushima Perfecture, Japan, representing The Shining Maidens… NEMO!!!”

Ha, so bored of easy prey
I need a bigger target to satisfy what I crave
(La-la-la-la-la-la-la)
Ha, I heard you wanna play?
My heel's on your neck, come on try and escape
Da-da-da-da-da-da-die

YUYO and SAWA step out to join NEMO on stage. Nemo jumps forward, swinging an imaginary home run with her baseball bat. She starts down the ramp with her fellow Shining Maidens to follow. She points out members of the crowd with a finger.

I gotcha in my sights, right now, still alive?
Seeing how I excite you? Death's so deprived
I'm still the best at making y'all cry
Better get good, my my

Watching you from the shadows where I wander
暗闇で fear making me stronger
死神が止まらないんだ
Very last breath, get a taste of death
One by one fall into my trap
Desiring the touch of a maniac
This is how it feels on the edge,
君の the end
Take your very last breath for a taste of death

NEMO thrusts the baseball bat into SAWA's hands. She jumps, not wanting the crude weapon; however, NEMO ignores her protests and hops up onto the apron. NEMO poses there, leaning back while YUYO shouts encouragement toward her childhood friend. NEMO flips backward into the ring and backpedals to the center of the ring with her arms stretched out. She signals for the crowd to get loud. NEMO retreats into the corner and gets ready for her match.

Sharper: “Tonight NEMO gets to step out on her own into singles competition. Makes sense that the rest of the Maidens are out here though.”

Knots: “What is it with women traveling in packs? Well, most women that is.”

Sharper: “I can’t answer that question Jon. Maybe you should go ask them.”

Knots: “I don’t want to face a well, you know, EXPLOSION!!!”

A camera sees Sharper rolling his eyes before it cuts back to the ring.

Sharper: “Should have seen that one coming.”

“Taste of Death” begins to fade out, which gets NEMO to look to the stage to see who she might have to go three rounds with.

The arena is quiet for a few moments before “Omnishred” hits the speakers and there is cheering coming from the crowd. After a few moments and smoke fills the entrance ramp, you see Andrew Raynes making his way out from behind the curtain. He looks around a little bit as the crowd gets riled up, Andrew soaks it in a moment before throwing his hands outward and pyro setting off around him. He smirks and makes his way down towards the ring, he doesn't take the time to acknowledge fans though as he slides in under the ropes and heads to the corner turnbuckle to rile up the crowd.

Phillips: “And her opponent, from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, weighing in at 225 pounds, Andrew Raynes!”

Andrew continues to fire himself up, even as his entrance music begins to fade out. The referee looks at both Andrew and NEMO before calling for the bell to begin the matchup. YUYO shouts up some words of encouragement. NEMO doesn’t even turn in her direction but instead stares down Andrew and nods. Andrew just rolls his eyes, clearly not happy about drawing NEMO with no real opportunity on the line.

Andrew Raynes vs. NEMO

Two out of Three Falls

Sharper: “Raynes isn’t looking thrilled.”

Knots: “Maybe he should have made another backdoor deal with Blake Mason to get a better draw or something.”

Sharper: “Probably not the best of ideas. Perhaps if he turns his focus to where it should be, he beats NEMO here tonight and might get looked at for a potential title shot in the near future.”

NEMO heads for Andrew and locks her arms in at his waist after she stands behind him. She attempts to lift him but Andrew just stands there and shakes his head. She attempts a second time but he still isn’t moving. After this second attempt, Andrew just clocks NEMO with an elbow to the side of the head, forcing separation. He then delivers a few closed fists, finishing with a connected fist to NEMO’s jaw. NEMO backs up and into the nearest set of ropes. Andrew holds up his left elbow and points at it several times before he goes for the Game Changer. NEMO ducks it before she moves to her right. Andrew sighs before he rams his head forehead, right into NEMO’s gut, forcing her right into the ropes. It’s here where he ties her up in the ropes. Once he is satisfied she won’t get out quickly, he rears back and goes for the Code of the Sith. When it connects, the crowd ohs. NEMO is still trapped in the ropes however. The referee checks on her as YUYO and SAWA head over in that direction. Andrew sees them and shouts out at them to back off. Andrew then plucks NEMO out of her predicament and throws her down to the canvas. Despite being just trapped in the ropes and probably feeling quite discombobulated, NEMO surprises Andrew with a leg sweep from below, taking him out right at the feet.

The crowd does cheer for the Shining Maiden. This gives NEMO confidence as she slowly gets to her feet. Andrew smacks the mat in frustration before getting up as well, but he is a second too late to avoid the Scarlet Blade. NEMO does not land it flush but is able to get into pinning position.

1!

2!

Andrew kicks out. NEMO turns quickly to see SAWA standing at ringside and looking at her in that moment, NEMO doesn’t get frustrated. She stands back up and now waits behind Andrew, waiting for him to rise. When he does, NEMO locks her arms around him HARD and this time deadlifts Andrew up into the air and with the strength that she has, she gets him up into a stalled vertical suplex that gets the crowd on her side. She holds him up there as long as she can, before dropping him clean on his back. NEMO slides in for the fall.

1!

2!

Andrew rolls his left shoulder up before the 3. Now NEMO can be seen getting frustrated. But she gets right up, climbs onto the nearest middle rope and jumps up and lands perfectly right across Andrew. NEMO grabs for Andrew’s left leg as she drives her left elbow right into his throat. Andrew tries to kick out as the referee counts.

2!

3!!!

DING DING DING!

Phillips: “Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of the first fall… NEMO!!!”

YUYO is jumping up and down while SAWA is just standing stoic. Andrew kicks out after the fall is counted and kicks at NEMO, kicking her away from him. Andrew stands up and yells out in frustration as the referee calls for the beginning of the second of three possible falls. NEMO stands up. Andrew, after yelling, turns around and runs at NEMO looking to clock her with a clothesline. NEMO ducks and Andrew’s momentum carries him past her. NEMO stands stoic now and waits for him to rebound off the ropes. Andrew does and NEMO connects solidly with an enziguri. Andrew is teetered by this but is actually able to stay on his feet. Getting angry he leaps at NEMO and this time connects with the Game Changer elbow. This turns NEMO around. Andrew takes advantage by grabbing NEMO, lifting her up, and just uses brute strength to drop her hard onto the canvas.

The crowd ohs and boos loudly.

Sharper: “Ouch. This one has changed in a hurry and it could get ugly. Look at the look in Raynes’s eyes.”

Knots: “No. I don’t want to.”

Andrew looks around and sneers before he shows no remorse in locking in Caught in the Rayne. He really cinches it in, which gets NEMO to yell out. Andrew even partially turns himself which brings more of his weight against NEMO. When this occurs, NEMO immediately and frantically taps out.

DING DING DING!

Phillips: “The winner of the second fall, Andrew Raynes!”

The crowd boos and the referee admonishes Raynes, telling him to release the hold, but he does not do so. The referee immediately begins a five count.

1!

2!

3!

4!

Andrew lets NEMO out of the Tazzmission hold at the last possible second. He gets up and raises his arms.

Raynes: “This is getting finished NOW! How is THAT for an EXPLOSION?!?!?”

He turns and sneers down at YUYO. YUYO hops up onto the apron as Andrew turns his attention back to the fallen NEMO. He pulls NEMO up as the referee gets YUYO off the ring apron. Andrew whips NEMO to the far side of the ring. NEMO bounces off the far side rope, which sets her up to be victimized by Shattered Glass. The crowd boos a bit louder now. Andrew however doesn’t go for the cover, instead yelling out.

Raynes: “Unlike someone backstage, NEMO actually IS a victim right here and right now!”

Sharper: “Yeah, we all know who that was towards. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist.”

Andrew now turns his attention to NEMO who is still down. He reaches down and actually pulls her up by the arms. NEMO staggers there and looks to have evil intentions.

Sharper: “Oh no. Looks like he’s thinking about a second one.”

Knots: “It is a way to make a statement, but NO!”

Andrew backs up a couple steps to set up for a second Shattered Glass, but NEMO suddenly turns and wipes him out with a Taste of Death. Andrew drops to the mat like a sack of potatoes. YUYO is shouting and pointing. NEMO jumps on top of Andrew and hooks up both legs.

The referee gets into position.

1!

2!

3!!

DING DING DING!

Phillips: “Here is your winner, 2 falls to 1, the Crimson Demonic Princess… NEMO!!!”

“Taste of Death” by Mori Calliope begins to play.

Knots: “Well, I guess you can say that Raynes went for one too many explosions and paid for it.”

Sharper: “He sure did.”

NEMO slowly stands up and has her arm raised. NEMO then gingerly gets out of the ring and rejoins her fellow Shining Maidens. As they exit, YUYO can be heard.

YUYO: “And that’s how it’s done! No victims here! EXPLOSION!!!”

The scene opens up backstage to hear yelling as we see Waylon Creek and James Evans, with William Heaven in front of them, all holding off SCW officials. Dean Black is on the scene with Lucas Knight. CHBK walks in.

Heaven: “You really think this is going to teach him anything?”

Creek just glares at CHBK as James Evans watches.

CHBK: “That’s up to him. But you have a choice now – he’s still in the drawing. But if I remove him, he will forfeit and do you want that blemish on your record? So hand over the title or be forced to leave.”

Heaven looks at CHBK as Creek watches the two. He then steps forward and thrusts the TV Title forward. Knight takes it from him.

CHBK: “Thank you…”

The tension continues as CHBK turns and heads off. Knight follows. The officials keep position between the two groups. James Evans then speaks, turning to Waylon.

Evans: “See…this is why we’re here.”

Creek just glares at where CHBK, Knight, and Black went as the scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see Polly Pingotti holding the manila envelope she was given by Blake Mason two weeks ago. She look sat it before storming down one of the hallways. She makes a turn, the camera following her as she does. She then makes another turn before storming over to one of the locker room doors. She stops for just a moment before opening it up and walking inside. We see Blake Mason, shirtless, in slacks, starting to get ready for whatever match he may have.

Blake: “You know, you should knock, Polly.”

Pingotti: “Well we need to talk.”

Blake: “Actually we don’t – you just need to sign that, give it to CHBK, and your friend is then part of the SCW Roster. What you wanted. And you don’t have to jump through whatever hoops CHBK wants.”

Pingotti: “And set her up to get no opportunities when her track record-“

Blake: “That’s her fate and-“

Pingotti then slaps Blake. The crowd ohs. Blake turns away briefly.

Pingotti: “And you’re the one also trying to get away from the consequences of your actions. Take your contract and shove it up your ass. If she’s coming in, it’s with her having earned the respect of CHBK to get the opportunity.”

The crowd roars as Pingotti throws the contract down. He then turns and storms out of the locker room. Blake looks up and just scoffs as Breakdown cuts back to the ring.

Phillips: “The following match is a four-person tables match! Introducing first!”

Off To War by Behemoth plays over the sound system with the lights being dark as ever. When the lights come back on, Ludvig Eriksson steps out onto the stage, waving the Swedish flag. He comes along as he steps down the ramps, proudly displaying his flag.

Phillips: “From Stockholm, Sweden, weighing in tonight at 199 pounds, representing the European Fiery Nation, LUDVIG ERIKSSON!”

Sharper: “Considered a tag team specialist, this is going to be interesting to see Ludbig in singles competition.”

Knots: “And he came alone.”

"Burn the Ships" (Boondock Saints Intro) by Blacktop Mojo hits the PA system; next out comes Wil Pierce as he steps out, also without his tag team partner. He raises his arms up high into the air as he walks down the ramp.

Phillips: “Introducing next, fighting out of New Orleans, Louisiana, representing the Shinigami Foundation, the Black Heart, Wil Pierce!”

Sharper: “So far, two for two with the tag team specialists. Wil followed Ludvig’s approach, coming to the ring along.”

Knots: “Bold strategy from both men. I get confidence, but this is a free-for-all, why not use the extra firepower?”

The dimmed lights cast an atmosphere of anticipation as the arena falls into darkness, the only illumination coming from the pulsating strobe lights. The crowd's murmurs fade into a hush as the opening chords of "Warrior" by Imagine Dragons reverberate through the speakers, electrifying the air with anticipation. From the depths of the darkness, a figure emerges, his silhouette outlined against the backdrop of flashing lights. With each step, the floor trembles beneath his feet, echoing the determination that propels him forward. It's Chris Lawler, a titan among men, his presence commanding attention as he strides purposefully down the entrance ramp.

Phillips: “And next, from Columbus, Ohio, weighing in tonight at 235 pounds, he is Chris Lawler!”

Knots: “Lawler is the savvy veteran, while the two others are posing in the ring, Chris is already pulling out some tables for this match!”

Sharper: “Just takes one table to end this match and Chris just introduced two.”

Knots: “He just needs to make sure he’s the one sending his unfortunate victim through the table.”

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot, followed by a few girls giggling.  But before “C’est La Vie” by B*Witched can even begin, Colleen steps out onto the stage from the backstage area, wearing her normal all-black ring gear.  Colleen does a cutthroat signal.  The music turns off as she stands still and waits until the beginning of “How Far I’ll Go” by Auli’i Cravalho begins to play.  Colleen nods once before beginning to slowly head down the entrance ramp.  The crowd does keep their eyes on her as she looks straight down at the ring.  She keeps going until she arrives down at the ring.

Phillips: “And last competitor, she is the current reigning SCW Underground Champion, weighing in at 181 pounds, from Orderville, Utah… COLLEEN MACDONALD!”

Ludvig Eriksson vs. Wil Pierce vs. Chris Lawler vs. Colleen MacDonald

Tables Match

Sharper: “Colleen has shown that she has the grit needed to succeed in the dangerous Underground division.”

Knots: “Just last week, she shut up any naysayers with a definitive win over Cyrstal in a steel cage match to defend her newly won SCW Underground Championship.”

Sharper: “And like Lawler, she’s going straight for tables. Reminder: it takes one table to break for this match to be over. She’s taking a different approach, setting up her on the outside of the ring.”

Colleen finishes setting up the table, point towards the crowd before rolling into the ring where she poses with her championship. She hands it over the referee for safekeeping. The bell rings and all four competitors look each down. Lawler and Pierce collide and begin to exchange punches while Eriksson approach MacDonald with a smirk on his face. They lock up, Erikson manages to overpower MacDonald into a side head lock. MacDonald whips him into the ropes. He comes back and she meets him with a dropkick. Pierce gets the upper hand on Lawler, drills him with a stiff elbow. Lawler falls back into the ropes and bounces forward, Pierce tosses him up onto the shoulder and delivers a Samoan Drop onto an unfolded table. The table didn’t break under the impact.

Sharper: “Lawler gets introduced to the table he slid into the ring, courtesy of Wil Peirce.”

Knots: “Imagine if that table cracked underneath the impact of that Samoan Drop. Would have been a quick match, and an embarrassing finish for Chris Lawler.”

Sharper: “And it didn’t, the match continues. I imagine if someone other than MacDonald wins this contest, they will get a claim on that Underground Championship.”

Pierce stomps down onto Lawler. From behind, he is dropkicked out of the ring by MacDonald. MacDonald steps out onto the apron, and she waits for Pierce to get up to his feet. Cross body attempt but Pierce catches her. She swung around, her head smashes against the ring post. Pierce delivers a fallaway slam. Meanwhile, in the ring, Eriksson leans a table across the ring post. Lawler powers to his feet. He is whipped towards the table by Eriksson; however, Lawler yanks Eriksson back into a spinebuster right in the center of the ring.

Sharper: “Pierce and MacDonald are battling on the outside of the ring; Eriksoon and Lawler, inside.”

Knots: “Two tables are in a precarious position. Eriksson sought to end this match at the expense of Lawler.”

Sharper: “Lawler able to count with that spinebuster. Now, Eriksson has to worry about going through that table.”

Lawler kneels down and smashes Eriksson with some forearms before pulling Eriksson up. Eriksson fights back with some punches to the face. Lawler barrels his shoulder into the midsection of Lawler, trying to tackle Eriksson back into the table. Pierce rolls into the ring and intercepts the two with a double clothesline, sending both down to the canvas. He dishes out a few stomps to each man while they are gone before going over to Lawler and pulling him to his feet. He boots Lawler in the midsection and goes for the Final Vent through the table, but Lawler is saved by Eriksson at the last second. Lawler and Eriksson exchange glances before both hit a superkick on Pierce. Pierce crashes through the table.

Sharper: “Wil Pierce has gone through a table; however, who won?”

Knots: “I don’t know? Both Lawler and Eriksson are acting like they won the match!”

Sharper: “The referee explains that since there wasn’t a definitive winner, the match must continue, and neither man likes that. They’re trying to plead their case with the referee.”

Knots: “They’re wasting their breath.”

Lawler and Eriksson begin to push each other, yelling about what transpired. Colleen MacDonald dropkicks Eriksson this time from behind and launches him into Lawler. Both topple down to the mat while MacDonald picks up a piece of the table that Pierce went through. MacDonald drives the bit of table down onto Eriksson. She walks over to Lawler and then drives the broken table into the skull of Lawler. She pops up and raises it, yelling out in the crowd to get a response. Eriksson starts to pull himself up using the corner, but MacDonald intercepts with a running dropkick, tossing the table bit before her kick to crash into Eriksson. She sets up the table in the middle of the ring.

Sharper: “Colleen MacDonald once again proving she is your Underground Champion, clearing house in this four way table match.”

Knots: “She is definitely showing her savage side, using the pieces of the broken table as a weapon.”

Sharper: “Now, that Colleen has done some damage, she’s looking to secure the victory here.”

MacDonald crashes into the seated Chris Lawler with a hip attack. Pierce yanks her by the arm. He spins her around. German suplex with the intent of sending her through the table. She struggles forward, but that doesn’t stop Pierce from hitting the german; however, instead of her body going through the table, her head catches the edge and she goes down to the canvas, holding her skull. Crowd breaks out in “holy shit” chants while the referee rushes to check on MacDonald. Pierce turns his attention towards Lawler who is in the corner and begins to hammer in some blows. From behind, Eriksson snaps Pierce back with a posionrana. All four competitors are down.

Knots: “MacDonald might be hurt here after her head snapped back against the table.”

Sharper: “Referee is checking on her now.”

Knots: “MacDonald was controlling this match until that german suplex from hell messed her up.”

Sharper: “This is anyone’s match right now. All four competitors are down.”

Eriksson nips up and he runs with a shooting star press on the down Pierce. He turns and there’s Chris Lawler with a shoulder block to send Eriksson flying into the corner. Lawler backpedals before he charges in with the Biltz Kick! Lawler turns around and he walks right into a powerful clothesline from Pierce. Pierce stomps down onto Lawler before turning his attention to Erikson who is trying to crawl away. Pierce lines Eriksson up. Eriksson climbs to his feet and there’s a Rasengan! Eriksson bounces off the ropes in a daze and he’s rolled onto the table. Pierce climbs up to the top rope and points to the table. He leaps off for the Hammer of Dawn!

Sharper: “Hammer of Dawn onto Eriksson— no! Eriksson is pulled out of the way last second by Lawler! Pierce just crashed through the table!”

Knots: “Second time this match Pierce has gone through a table! This time with all the impact!”

Sharper: “MacDonald’s still reeling from that blow to the head. Pierce has been taken out of the equation. I think this match is down to Lawler and Eriksson.”

Knots: “Lawler returned the earlier favor that Eriksson did at the expense of Wil Pierce.”

Both Eriksson and Lawler fight to their feet. They begin to exchange blows. To one side, Colleen remains down, holding her head. To the other side, Wil Pierce is laid out in the wreckage of the second table. Lawler steps back and goes to clothesline Eriksson over the top rope but Eriksson pulls the top rope and Lawler spills out to the apron. Eriksson connects with a enzugiri when Lawler tries to pull himself up to his feet. Lawler holds onto the top rope as he almost is knocked off the apron and through the table that Colleen set up at the very beginning of the match. Eriksson climbs out to the apron and runs forward with a knee strike but Lawler still stays on. Eriksson goes to pull Lawler in, but Lawler slaps his arms around, knees Eriksson in the midsection. He goes to throw Eriksson off the apron but Eriksson holds on and stomps down onto Lawler’s foot. He hops up onto Lawler’s shoulder for a hurricanrana— but Lawler counts with the Impact Driver through the table!

Sharper: “Eriksson goes for the kill— no, Impact Driver through the table! Lawler sent Eriksson crashing through the table!”

Knots: “Chaos all around this match and the ending is no different.”

Phillips: “The winner of the match…. Chris Lawler!”

The crowd roars as Lawler rolls over. He has his arm raised and looks around. He then starts to get up and smirks. Colleen glares at him as the scene cuts away.

Backstage, we see Jaina Lancaster standing with Dexter Grant. The crowd boos upon seeing him. Wendell stands behind him.

Jaina: “I am here with Dexter Grant, and Dexter, while we await your match for Fatal Fortunes, you attacked Ace Marshall last week and for what?”

Grant: “The man who has used social media to make a fool of himself. The one who was out here with Sophie, filming everything on his camera. He can’t even live in the moment anymore. A shell of himself, but that’s not even the worst thing…While we’re all prisoners to this farce of an event…”

Grant throws his arms up, handcuffs on his arm.

Grant: “…I was not going to let more debauchery and more self-serving clout chasing on social media get by…Did you know Ace Marshall did some charity work last week? Did a make a wish? Played a stupid song and pretended to care about a dying child.”

Jaina: “Yes, it was all over-“

Grant: “Bingo…social media. Do you think he did it because he wanted to make someone happy. No, it was to give him a few more likes. Get a few people talking about him. He can’t even be a decent person…and so…if the blood of the innocent isn’t worth anything, why should his blood be worth less…And until people like him realize that competition and being in the moment, being a good person is enough…I will happily spread my message. Disconnect to Reconnect!”

Grant motions to Wendell and heads off. Jaina watches him leave.

Sharper: “Grant explaining himself, but we have a situation out here!”

The Foundation are still in the ring after their match with Wil looking noticeably frustrated. Suddenly a figure quickly step up onto the security guardrail behind the commentators before the figure uses their shoulders as hand holds to step up onto the commentators table to reveal a male figure wearing a stylized black suit with silver patterns with a stylized black full head skull mask and when the Foundation sees him from the ring, Alex quickly gets ready for a fight and quickly motions for the Luchadore to come into the ring

Knots: “Who the hell…”

Sharper: “Well, as much Grant says he hates social media, we’ve heard of this Luchadore…that’s him, he’s met with one Devon Slayton…”

Knots: “Who is this?”

Sharper: “What the hell is he doing here and why is he trying to pick a fight with the Foundation..what the hell is going on now?!”

The Luchadore on the table continues to keep Alex occupied when suddenly a second, identically dressed luchadore quietly slips into the ring and comes up behind Alex Belmont, grabs him from behind by his waist and then easily hoists him up and drives him hard into the mat with a beautiful German suplex before the Luchadore keeps his hold tight as he then rolls through and precedes to hit five more of these vicious German suplexes before hitting a sixth and final one, but this one sends Alex flying hard into the turnbuckles behind him and the Luchadore.

Sharper: “Wait, that’s the Multiplex and that move is used by only a handful of wrestlers!!”

The Luchadore stands back up as he looks over at Wil who nods his head back respectfully towards the Luchadore who reaches up and pulls off his mask to reveal a shaggy head of dark hair with a full beard as he stands over Alex Belmont at which point the other Luchadore hops off of the commentator’s table, grabs the mic from the ring announcer and slides into the ring before handing the mic off.

Sharper: “I don’t believe it! Ladies and Gentlemen, the “Dark Prince of the Rogue Horsemen” has arrived in Supreme Championship Wrestling…Dante Slayton is here!!”

Knots: “If that’s Dante Slayton, then who is the other Luchadore?”

Dante accepts the mic from the other Luchadore and moves kneel down in front of Alex who is slowly moving to his knees but when he sees Dante, his eyes go wide.

Dante: “So Alex, what we got ourselves here is a good news…bad news situation. The good news is that you now get to have more time to spend at home with your wife.”

Before Alex can say or do anything, from out of nowhere the other Luchadore rushes forward and hits a devastating Shining Wizard that just about takes Alex’s head off before the other Luchadore rolls back up to his feet.”

Dante: “….Bad News is that your contract with Supreme Championship Wrestling has officially been terminated….by the order of the House of Slayton!!”

Knots: “But he has a title shot!”

Dante then tosses the mic on to Alex’s chest as “Engel” by Rammstein begins to play as the three then leave the ring, leaving Alex a crumpled mess as the screen fades out.

COMMERCIALS

An icon appears stating: Triple Threat, followed by a second icon that states: Submission Match.

Sharper: “Looks like we’re getting a triple threat submission match. It’s triple threat, with no eliminations. The only way to win is to get your opponent to tap out.”

Do it baby! Do what I should think!
Do it-do it baby, do what I could think!

The opening polyphonic strokes of Tommy Richman’s “Million Dollar Baby” hit the PA, and the crowd immediately turns to boos. The stage lights intensify in brightness. Through the light, we can see the outline of an emerging competitor.

I AIN’T EVER REP A SET BABY!

A two-step through the light and into the ramp, Billy Heaven pops onto the scene in his wrestling gear, a very large pair of sunglasses on his face, and a button-up plaid shirt.

I AIN’T DO NO WRONG!

A shimmy and a hard stop.

I COULD CLEAN UP GOOD FOR YA! OH I KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG!

A sharp three-hundred degree pivot on the ball of his foot, a crisp landing in a split-legged stance, left hand pointing to the sky.

‘CAUSE I WANNA MAKE IT, SO BADLY!

A sharp return of his upward pointed hand into an intense pump, thrust, and strut forward.

I’M A MILLION DOLLA BAYBAY, DON’T AT ME!

And with that said, Billy Heaven Jr. obnoxiously smiles pointing to the crowd as he makes his way down to the ring. He rolls under the bottom rope, outstretched arms to receive his less than warm ovation, but it does not seem to register. He takes the sunglasses off and sets them on the top turnbuckle before standing on the second rope, leg over the top, bringing his hands together in a prayer. “Million Dollar Baby” dies out.

Phillips: “The following contest is a submission contested under triple threat rules. Introducing first, representing Fall of Man, he is…Billy Heaven Jr.!!!”

“Off To War” by Behemoth plays over the sound system with the lights being dark as ever as Dakon Theron makes his way out towards the ring.

Phillips: “Introducing next, representing the European Fiery Nation, he is…Dakon Theron!!!”

The crowd boos as Dakon reaches the ring, giving the fans a scowl before getting inside the squared circle. He looks at Billy, who gives him a respectful nod and a sideways peace sign.

Phillips: “And their opponent, she is one half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions, and the United States Champion, representing the Light in the Darkness, she is La Pequena Luz!!!”

“Believe In Tomorrow” by Sunflower’s Garden begins to play as bright white lights begin flickering on and off on the stage in rhythm with the music. La Pequeña Luz skips out onto the stage with the kind of smile that could light up an entire room all on its own plastered to her face, dancing a bit to her theme song and waving her arms in an attempt to get the crowd pumped up, drawing cheers. As she looks down towards the ring, the smile fades as something seems to flicker through her mind, but she’s snapped out of the trance as Amelia Nevado slowly makes her way out, placing a comforting hand on Luz’s shoulder. With a quick kiss to her cheek, Luz’s smile returns as the two proceed to lock hands before heading down to the ring, Amelia trying her best to keep up with Luz’s energetic skipping. Once they reach ringside, Luz pulls Amelia into a brief but passionate kiss before letting her go as she hops up onto the apron, grabbing the top rope before vaulting herself into a somersault into the ring, landing on her feet. Luz begins skipping around the ring, motioning once more for the fans to make some noise as they answer this call while Amelia takes her place in Luz’s corner on the floor, chuckling to herself and shaking her head at Luz’s energy. Luz removes her robe and hands it off to Amelia, who gives some last minute advice and words of encouragement as she does so.

La Pequena Luz vs. Billy Heaven Jr. vs. Dakon Theron

Submission Match

All three competitors stare at one another before the ref calls for the bell. Billy steps forward, waving Dakon back, before approaching Luz.

Billy nods and smirks.

Billy: “Sup ‘ma?!”

Billy then begins to slowly undo his button-up plaid shirt, giving Luz duck lips continuously as he does this.

Sharper: “Good god, ladies and gentlemen. I have no idea what’s going on right now.”

Knots: “We’re witnessing the emergence of some superstar pecs, Adam! On God, son!”

Billy then completely removes his shirt, spinning around his head like a helicopter before letting it fly into the crowd.

Billy: “Your turn, shawty.”

Luz looks out at the crowd before turning and connecting with a forearm to the side of Billy’s skull. Luz hits another one, then a third, followed by a dropkick. Billy hits the mad. He sits up and looks utterly confused, and sad.

Billy: “I THOUGHT YOU WAS MY SUBMISSIVE?!?! I THOUGHT YOU WAS MY BOO?!?!?”

Luz rears back before connecting with a knee to the side of the head. Billy hits the mat and rolls out. Dakon charges over and hits a forearm to the lower back of Luz. Luz drops to one knee and Dakon grabs her, before hitting a backbreaker across his knee.

Knots: “Dakon giving Luz his best Bane impression!”

Sharper: “With Billy out of the way, we can get back to wrestling. Remember folks. The only way to win this is by submission.”

Dakon pulls Luz up and whips her across the ring. Luz bounces back and Dakon hits a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Dakon gets to his feet and goes to grab Luz’ legs, only for Luz to manage to kick him in the face. Dakon staggers back as Luz gets to her feet. Dakon goes to charge over, but Billy, still on the outside, grabs his foot.

Dakon turns and spits at Billy.

Billy: “OH COME ON, DAWG! DON’T SPIT! SWALLOW!”

Dakon returns his attention to Luz, going for a lariat, but Luz blocks it, kicking Dakon in the abdomen, before taking his left arm, twisting it and driving an elbow into his triceps. Luz twists the arm once again, hitting another elbow to the triceps before shoving Dakon forward, just as the cameras catch Billy clubbing Luz in the back of the head. He then grabs her and locks in a side headlock.

Billy: “TAP OUT! C’MON, DAWG!”

Knots: “Have you ever seen someone win a match with a side headlock, Adam?”

Sharper: “Can’t say that I have.”

Dakon runs over and nails Billy with a running elbow to the side of the head. Billy bounces off the ropes and Luz takes him out with a running knee. Billy falls through the ropes, back down to the outside. Dakon grabs Luz and hits another series of forearms to the lower back.

Sharper: “Dakon attacking the lower back once again, weakening it.”

Dakon grabs Luz once again, but Luz hits a spinning back elbow. Dakon staggers back, and Luz hits a standing side kick to the left arm. Luz then hits a dropkick to the back, sending Dakon into the ropes. Dakon bounces back, and Luz charges, getting Dakon into a Tilt-a-Whirl Headscissors, before transitioning into a Single Arm Takedown. Luz then floats over, locking Dakon into a Fujiwara Armbar.

Sharper: “The U.S. Champion locking in La Magica!”

Knots: “As Dakon has attacked her back, Luz has done the same to the arm. This will only do further damage.”

Luz pulls back as Billy runs over and stomps on Dakon’s right ankle. He looks at Luz’s hold, studying it, before reaching down and grabbing the ankle as Billy begins to twist it back and forth.

Knots: “Billy Heaven with what he probably thinks is an ankle lock. James and Waylon may need step it up in terms of training and shaping the future of SCW.”

Billy: “YEAH! YOU TAKE THAT!”

Luz breaks the hold and gets to her feet, hitting a running dropkick to Billy’s face. Billy hits the mat, and he scrambles to get back to his feet. Luz charges over and Billy hits her with a haymaker to the side of the head. He then nails a punch to the abdomen, nearly falling over in the process.

Billy: “YOU THINK YOU SLICK!?!? NAH, MY DAWG!!!”

Billy bounces off the ropes, hitting another haymaker, sending Luz to the mat. Billy turns, only for Dakon to connect with a European uppercut. Billy staggers back, but Dakon pulls him close, hitting another European uppercut. Dakon then hooks Billy and hits a powerbomb. Dakon hits the move then grabs his left arm.

Sharper: “Dakon taking Billy out but grabbing at the damaged arm.”

Knots: “At least his ankle’s okay.”

Sharper: “Uh-huh.”

Dakon gets to his feet and walks over to Luz, who is getting to one knee, only for Dakon to kick her in the back of the head. Luz hits the mat and Dakon begins to stomp her limbs as well as the lower back.

Knots: “Dakon stomping whatever he can find like Luz owes him rent money.”

Dakon then reaches down, pulling Luz up. Luz manages to hit a European uppercut of her own. Dakon stumbles a bit, before Luz grabs his left arm, twisting it and pulling it over her shoulder before dropping down and snapping the arm. Dakon falls back to the ropes, holding his arm.

Sharper: “Luz has done a great job with targeting the left arm. Dakon is going to have to do something and fast. There’s no telling how much more punishment that limb can take.”
Luz runs over, hitting another Tilt-a-Whirl Headscissors, before transitioning into a Single Arm Takedown. Luz then floats over, locking Dakon into a Fujiwara Armbar for the second time.

Sharper: “She’s locked in La Magica once more.”

Knots: “As much as I’m sure Dakon would hate to admit it, but Billy would be his saving grace right here.”

Sharper: “Billy is still down I believe.”

Cameras show Billy resting his head on the steel steps outside the ring.

Knots: “He’s just chillin’ like a villain.”

Dakon is shown, trying to reach for the ropes, as Luz pulls back a bit more.

Sharper: “The U.S. Champion is really putting on the pressure here.”

The ref checks with Dakon, who shakes his head before trying to reach for the ropes once again. Luz lifts her right leg and begins driving the heel of her boot into Dakon’s bicep, before leaning back, locking in the armbar.

The ref checks again.

Knots: “Dakon is in serious trouble. The ropes are close and yet, so far away.”
Cameras show Billy getting a chair out from under the ring, his eyes clearly on Luz. Luz rears back a bit more, before Dakon finally taps. The ref calls for the bell and Luz breaks the hold. Luz gets to her feet.

Phillips: “Here is your winner by submission….”

Phillips stops as Billy can be seen charging and hitting Luz in the back with the chair. Luz falls forward and Billy slams the chair against her back a second time, before hitting a third strike. Amelia is shown getting into the ring and Billy drops the chair and rolls to the outside, where he hops over the barricade.

Sharper: “Luz the winner here tonight, but Billy cutting her celebration short with those chair shots.”

Knots: “Clearly getting some shots in for his Fall of Man brethren.”

Cameras show Dakon cradling his arm on the outside of the ring before showing Amelia helping Luz to her feet, both glaring at Billy, who is then shown doing a terrible rendition of the Crip walk, making upside down peace signs with his hands. We get another shot of Amelia and Luz, with Amelia lifting Luz’s hand in victory. The crowd cheers and Billy stops his dancing.

Sharper: “Light in the Darkness sending a message as well.”

One final shot of Luz jawing with Billy before we cut away.

We cut back to the arena as the crowd roars, the randomizer wheel back on the screen. It spins quickly.

Sharper: “Folks, we still have plenty to come. Several titles to be decided.”

Knots: “And a new TV Champion?”

Sharper: “But what will be next?”

The wheel continues to spin before slowing down and stopping on “SCW World Championship.” The crowd roars.

Sharper: “And next, when we return, Xander Valentine will defend his World Title, but against whom?”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

The few opening keystrokes of “Soul on Fire” by Last Internationale chimed. A lull before the storm as the crowd seems to calm for only a moment before Delila Paz’s blues dominate the audio.

“Some are born to kill
Others are born to run
Some need to keep on takin'
Till you ain't got none”

A singular light appears before the curtains, on the other side is the outline of a large man. On the screen, we’re shown Xander Valentine holding onto the bars of a prison cell. He starts to bend the bars before the scene blurs.

“But baby, I wasn't built to die
Lay down and be crucified
Nah, no matter how hard they try
To push me down
Still I rise”

“Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)”

The curtain drops to reveal Xander. A quick salvo of pyros explodes in front of him before he steps through the smoke with an intense look on his face. He goes from one side of the stage to the next, yelling out to the crowd and throwing up his arms. He then stops at the top of the ramp and throws his arm up into the air. He starts down the ramp, Xander’s gaze affixed on the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a thirty minute time limit and is for the SCW World Championship! First, fighting out of Fort Collins, Colorado… from Rochester, New York…the Paragon of Violence, the Executioner….the SCW World Champion, XANDER F’ING VALENTINE!”

Suffocate me until I am blue
To preserve my bad worldview
Paranoid, All Eyes On Me
Rumours circle, vultures feed

Baby, I wasn't built to die
Lay down and be crucified
Nah, no matter how hard they try
To push me down
Still I rise

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Xander leaps up onto the apron in a single bound. Xander climbs up over the top rope and marches straight to the far side of the ring. He throws his arms up again, getting a massive pop. He goes to the opposite side and repeats to garner the same response. He hops down from the rope, and jogs into place, waiting for the bell. He hands the World Championship to senior official Aaron Demitra. Demitra holds it over his head.

Sharper: “Xander Valentine about to make his first defense of the SCW World Championship. Last week he was left bloodied by Konrad Raab.”

Knots: “First Raab burned his foot, then bloodied him. He won’t face Raab. Raab already has been drawn, so…”

A rush of paparazzi rush down either side of the ramp as a red carpet is rolled out. The sounds of Michael Jackson’s “Hollywood Tonight” begins to play as Chris and Ryan Hollywood come out from the back, prompting a shamelessly stolen trope of flashes from the cameras as they stand atop the ramp.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Hollywood, accompanied by his brother Ryan, he is Chris Hollywood!”

They respond to pose instructions from the photographers as they move towards the ring. Once in the ring, they pose in the middle of the ring, back to back, as their music fades. Ryan and Chris split before Ryan looks at the World Title in Demitra’s hands. He glances back to Chris.

Chris Hollywood vs. Xander Valentine

SCW World Championship

Sharper: “I can’t believe this…”

Knots: “Lucky…or unlucky. US title shot with Asher…now World Title shot…”

Ryan: “Dude! You’re going to be Champion-“

Xander then boots Ryan in the face. The crowd roars. Chris turns to Xander as Demitra hands off the title. The SCW World Championship logo comes across the screen as Chris looks at Ryan and then looks at Xander as the bell sounds and Chris runs at Xander and then nails him with a hard right. Xander just takes it and turns away. Chris then looks at him and gulps before backing up, holding his hands up and Xander then steps up and goes for a clothesline. Chris ducks and runs to the ropes, jumping to the middle rope. He twists back, but Xander catches him in mid-air by the throat. He then holds him up and drives him down with a vicious chokeslam.

Sharper: “Oh! What a chokeslam! What! A! Chokeslam!”

Knots: “I don’t think Xander’s in the mood, Chris…”

Xander then turns and looks at Chris as he rolls over. Xander then drags him and pulls him back, locking him in the Fade to Black. The crowd roars as Xander pulls back. Chris struggles for only a moment, flailing his arms before then starting to tap out. The crowd roars as the bell sounds. Xander holds on for a moment longer before throwing him down. He then walks around the ring. The crowd roars as Xander’s music plays.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, and still SCW World Champion, Xander Valentine!”

Sharper: “Just a manhandling!”

Knots: “After the last few weeks, what the hell did anyone expect?!”

Xander looks around as his music plays and Demitra hands him the World Title. Xander takes it and then turns and motions to Phillips. He demands him to come to the ring. Phillips walks over and Xander demands the microphone. He hands it to him and Xander takes it and walks back to the middle of the ring.

Xander: “Raab!”

The crowd roars.

Xander: “You want to start this war…then I’m not going to stand here and wait. I came here tonight to defend my title and if you want it, Raab…I am right here with it. Give me that challenge.”

Xander looks around.

Xander: “And deal with what you have unleashed!”

The crowd roars as Xander looks at the stage.

Sharper: “He just gave a taste…Konrad Raab being called out by Xander Valentine…”

Knots: “Raab burned his foot; bloodied him last week. I don’t think Xander takes kindly to that!”

Xander remains in the ring.

Xander: “Raab! I know you can hear me wherever you are. Or do you need to attack me from behind again?”

Xander looks around. The crowd roars, a faint Xander chant starting. A few moments pass before the crowd boos as we see Dakon Theron and Ludvig Eriksson walking out from the back. They take a few steps out before looking at one another. Xander just sighs.

Xander: “Come! You can personally tell him what awaits him!”

Xander throws the microphone down. The crowd roars as Eriksson and Theron then start to head to the ring. They pick up the pace as they do.

Sharper: “The EFN coming out. Raab’s group. They’ve both already been in action though.”

Knots: “I don’t think they care. They want the fight and Xander’s willing to give it to them!”

Theron and Eriksson slide in and Theron runs at Xander and Xander holds the title up, causing Theron to punch the faceplate. He turns away, wincing as Eriksson hits a flying knee and gets Xander to stagger back to the corner. Eriksson nails him with a hard right and then a left. Xander covers up as Theron turns back and storms over and kicks him a couple of times in the ribs. Xander shoves Eriksson back and nails Theron with a hard right before hitting a left cross at Eriksson only for Theron to rakes Xander’s eyes. He then stomps him over and over again.

Sharper: “And it’s two against one and Xander just being smothered by these two!”

Knots: “They’re not letting up, or at least, until now. They have something in mind.”

Eriksson backs up as Theron drags Xander up and then pushes him into the ropes and fires him off. Theron steps up as Eriksson runs into the ropes. Theron lowers his head, but Xander stops and kicks him in the chest. He pops up and Xander boots him in the face. The crowd roars. Eriksson turns and runs at him and jumps up in the air, only for Xander to catch him and powerslam him. The crowd roars as Xander gets up. He walks around the ring before Theron and Eriksson both get up. Xander then grabs Theron by the throat. Eriksson walks over and Xander goozles him too. The crowd roars as Xander then hoists both up and hits a double chokeslam. The crowd erupts.

Sharper: “A double chokeslam!”

Knots: “That’s making a statement!”

Sharper: “And he’s not done!”

Theron rolls over as Eriksson stirs. Theron starts to get up and Xander grabs him from behind and hoists him up onto his shoulders. He then turns and sees Eriksson on his hands and knees and hits the Valhalla has Fallen on Theron into Eriksson. The crowd roars. Xander rolls over as Theron ends up in a heap. Xander then looks around as the crowd roars.

Sharper: “Xander Valentine-“

Knots: “No…SCW’s Executioner has arrived and he has Konrad Raab at the top of his list!”

Sharper: “Just going through EFN…The World Champion…”

Xander turns and grabs the SCW World Championship belt. He then holds it up and then looks at EFN before turning to one of the cameras at ringside.

Xander: “Raab…face what you brought back!”

Xander turns and steps through the ropes. He then drops down to the floor. The crowd cheers as Xander starts to head to the back. His music starts to play again as the scene cuts away.

The randomizer appears on the screen again. We then see it stop on “Adrenaline Championship No. 1 Contendership.” The crowd roars before then it spins again before stopping on “Ladder Match.” The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “My God! From a World Title shot to a ladder match for an Adrenaline Championship opportunity.”

Knots: “Someone is walking out of here with a title match!”

Sharper: “Who? We’ll find out, next!”

Breakdown cuts to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns with a shot of the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is a Ladder Match for a future Adrenaline Championship opportunity!”

The camera briefly focuses on a clipboard now hanging above the ring, a contract for a future Adrenaline Title shot clipped to it. The lights around the arena begin to flicker as "Whoa Is Me" by Down With Webster starts to play over the arena.

Whoa is me
I'm so whoa
See me decked out from my head to my toe
Whoa is me
I'm so whoa
Everywhere I go I'm a one man show

And the song continues...

The crowd cheers as "All Star" Gavin Taylor steps out from behind the curtain onto the top of the ramp. As he stands in place, posing with his arms outstretched, the chorus of the song plays.

Say whoa (whoa)
The more I feel it whoa (whoa)
The more I need it whoa (whoa)
You say whoa
Whoa is me
I'm so whoa

Gavin begins to walk down the ramp with swagger. He smirks as he gets to the ring. Pulling himself to the apron, he hangs out off the ring while holding onto the top rope.

The song continues...

I cheated to get what I got
Stepped all over you self for my spot
I bet you I'm winning, I bet that you're not
I bet you don't see me, I bet you get caught

Gavin pulls himself through the ropes and steps onto the second ropes on the opposite side of the ring from the ramp. He opens his jersey, sliding it off his shoulders as he stretches his arms out. Turning around, he bounces back off the ropes as he watches for his opponent.

Sharper: “Gavin Taylor in action for the first time since Under Attack, and it's hard to blame him after the surreal situation he's found himself in the middle of.”

Knots: “I'll say! Did you know Simon had an evil twin?”

Sharper: “I did not, but regardless, Gavin has a chance to get his head back in the game and rebound in a big way tonight, and all he has to do is climb a ladder and grab that contract.”

Knots: “A shot at the Adrenaline Title could be just what the doctor ordered to cure some of Gavin's woes lately... that's assuming his opponent tonight isn't Simon or whoever's been pretending to be him.”

“TokSik” by Starset hits as the lights in the arena immediately go out, a series of green spotlights converging onto the stage where fog has begun to consume it. The big screen shows a human eye opening, and reflecting in it is a montage of people glued to their phones and computers, either consuming or producing social media garbage as they all look sickly while doing so. “The Digital Detoxer” Dexter Grant marches out through the fog, stopping at the edge of the stage and staring out at the fans with disgust. Notably, one of his wrists has been handcuffed while the other end of the cuffs dangles freely. A few cheers can be heard, but they're easily drowned out by all the boos raining down upon him. He turns his head to his right just in time to see his faithful flunky Wendell march out behind him, proudly holding up a protest sign that claims “FATAL FORTUNES IS A FARCE.”

Gavin Taylor vs. Dexter Grant

Ladder Match for an SCW Adrenaline Championship shot

Sharper: “It's not Simon, but it's another man who Gavin's had issues with! Dexter Grant, who made his mark last week by attacking Ace Marshall and costing him the main event, hasn't been shy about suggesting Gavin should retire ever since Apocalypse.”

Knots: “Does this nutcase even want a title opportunity?”

Sharper: “Well, he'll get his very first one if he wins here tonight. That said, you see the handcuffs Dexter's wearing. He claims it's a symbol of 'competing under protest' against the concept of Fatal Fortunes.”

Knots: “It also makes for an effective weapon, as Ace found out last week!”

Wendell eagerly looks up at Dexter, who smiles and nods in approval before he starts storming down to the ring, his disgusted look returning at the sound of all the people around him who just refuse to listen to his message. As they reach ringside, Dexter pauses as he sees Gavin eagerly motioning for him to enter the ring. Dexter scoffs and slowly removes his vest, trading it to Wendell in exchange for a microphone he produces from his pocket. The lights return to normal as Dexter and Gavin stare one another down amidst the boos trying to drown out the Digital Detoxer before he even gets a chance to speak. Unfortunately for them, Dexter raises the microphone to his lips.

Grant: “Edmonton... have you been enjoying the show tonight?”

This gets a loud positive reaction, which Dexter rolls his eyes at.

Grant: “Of course you would think that. It's Fatal Fortunes, the idea that's practically made to get your digitally enslaved minds chatting online about the chaos and the drama! I mean, take this match for example! A guy who sees championship gold as the distraction it truly is pitted against a man who's basically being given a pity handout at this point.”

The fans boo as Gavin looks irritated now.

Grant: “You know... I don't have to do this. I can just walk away now, deny this washed-up social media whore the chance to get lucky one last time at my expense. This match means nothing to me because I'm not here to become another marketable face spreading this digital disease, I'm here to save each and every one of-”

Gavin’s finally had enough as he runs off the ropes and cuts off Dexter’s ranting with a suicide dive through the ropes! The bell rings and the match is underway as Gavin hammers away on Dexter, with Wendell frantically backing away from the fight. Gavin pulls Dexter to his feet and goes to throw him facefirst into the ringpost, but Dexter spins through and tries to throw Gavin instead, only for Gavin to get a boot up and stop himself! Dexter tries to grab him from behind, but Gavin elbows him right in the mouth, causing Dexter to back away and give Gavin enough space to hit a beautiful dropkick!

Sharper: “Gavin Taylor has heard enough of Dexter Grant’s rambling and is taking the fight to him right out of the gate! Remember: the first person to climb a ladder and retrieve that contract wins this match and a future Adrenaline Title opportunity.”

Knots: “Given Dexter’s words, this could be one of the more unique Ladder Matches in SCW history!”

Gavin pulls Dexter back to his feet and connects with a knife-edge chop, garnering a response from the fans. Gavin hits a second one that garners another reaction before he throws Dexter into the ring, making sure to keep his head hanging out as he drives his elbow into Dexter’s chest to keep him there. He takes a few steps back and measures Dexter before charging in and clocking him in the side of the head with a yakuza kick! Dexter rolls completely into the ring, clutching at his head as Gavin dusts his hands off.

Gavin: “#NextAddyChamp!”

The fans cheer in response to this declaration as Gavin grins before he goes digging under the ring while Dexter tries to pull himself back together inside. After a moment, Gavin pulls out a ladder, and the fans are roaring even louder. He starts sliding it into the ring between the second and third ropes before climbing up onto the apron, but Dexter dives and slams the ladder down, causing the legs to seesaw up and catch Gavin right in the face! Gavin tumbles to the floor clutching at his face as Dexter takes a few breaths before he uses his foot to kick the ladder back out of the ring.

Sharper: “Dexter with an opportunity to try and go for the win here, but he refuses to take it.”

Knots: “I told you, he doesn’t seem to want a title shot! He probably thinks he can just beat Gavin half to death and call it a night.”

Dexter steps out onto the apron, taking note of where the ladder’s laying as he measures a rising Gavin. He runs along the apron and leaps off, catching Gavin in the face with a knee! Gavin hits the mat again and Dexter wastes little time, grabbing him by the head before bouncing his face off the steel steps. Gavin falls back, trying to instinctively put some distance between himself and the steps, but Dexter starts stomping away at his chest and ribs. He pauses as he looks down at the ladder before an idea seems to hit him. Dexter helps Gavin up to his feet before hooking his arms and taking him over into a tiger suplex onto the ladder!

Sharper: “It has been all Dexter Grant since he introduced that ladder into Gavin’s face, and now he’s just punishing the All-Star.”

Knots: “If Gavin won’t retire on his own terms, then Dexter might force that decision after tonight.”

Dexter gets up as the fans are booing, looking down at Gavin laying in a heap on the ladder and shaking his head before he turns to the fans and spreads his arms.

Grant: “What? Can’t share this online because I don’t ‘trend’ as part of your precious ‘algorithm’?”

Dexter scoffs before he walks right up to a fan who’s got their smartphone out and, just as he did last week, rips it out of her hand. The fan angrily demands that Dexter give it back, but he ignores her as he measures a slow-rising Gavin. Once he’s back up, Dexter charges at him, looking to smash the phone off his head like he did to Ace last week, but Gavin sees him coming and counters with a spinebuster onto the ladder! Dexter looks to be in agony as Gavin glares down at him before ripping the phone out of his hand and going back over to the fan it belongs to, asking her for permission before taking the chance to snap a selfie of the two of them before he gives her phone back with the extra memento. Dexter is trying to pull himself back to his feet, but Gavin grabs him and helps him up before he throws him into the barricade! Dexter collapses in a heap as Gavin grabs the ladder and starts sliding it into the ring.

Sharper: “Dexter lost focus trying to take jabs at the fans, and now Gavin’s got an opportunity to earn himself an Adrenaline Title shot!”

Knots: “I know Dexter’s anti-social media and everything, but does he really need to keep stealing phones from people? You know how much those things cost these days?”

Gavin slides into the ring and starts setting the ladder up in the center, the fans buzzing in anticipation as he makes sure it’s right where he wants it to be before he starts climbing. Unbeknownst to him, Dexter has crawled over to the ring skirt and is digging around underneath the ring. Gavin gets close and reaches up, grazing the contract with his fingertips. He starts to get a hold of it, but then a trash can is hurled into the ring and hits him in the hip and thigh area! Gavin is both hurt and startled from the impact, which causes him to lose his balance and fall from the ladder! He crashes to the mat and clutches at his thigh as Dexter pulls himself back into the ring.

Sharper: “Gavin almost won this match on his first attempt, but Dexter Grant just hucking a trash can into the ring to stop him!”

Knots: “How appropriate considering that’s where he feels Gavin’s career belongs!”

Dexter looks at the ladder, his eyes following it up towards the contract, before he just spits at the ladder and kicks it over, drawing more boos. Gavin starts trying to pull himself to his feet, but Dexter boots him in the face to keep him down before mounting him. He grabs the free end of his handcuffs and slips it over his hand before using it like a pair of brass knuckles as he rains down shot after shot between Gavin’s eyes. He eventually stops, but only to drag Gavin over to the second rope, draping his throat across it before he kneels across Gavin’s back to choke him.

Grant: “How does it feel, Gavin? How does it feel to be an outdated trend nobody cares about anymore? This is why people like you aren’t built to last when you take social media out of the equation!”

Dexter eventually stops choking Gavin, letting him fall to the mat as he desperately gasps for breath. Dexter turns his attention to the trash can and grabs it, sizing up Gavin as he uses the ropes to slowly pull himself back to his feet. Gavin turns and Dexter goes to hit him in the head with the trash can, but Gavin desperately thumbs Dexter right in the eye! Dexter drops the trash can and stumbles back, trying to clear his vision, and he nearly trips over the ladder he kicked over. Gavin coughs as he grabs the trash can, taking a moment to catch his breath before he runs in and practically clotheslines Dexter with the trash can, causing him to tumble over the ladder!

Gavin: “How’s that for an ‘outdated trend’?”

Gavin tosses the trash can aside and repositions the ladder, although he leaves it on its side as his intention isn’t to climb. Dexter starts trying to get to his feet, but Gavin assists him only so he can lift Dexter up in a back suplex position and then drop him across the ladder’s leg in an atomic drop of sorts! Dexter cries out in agony as Wendell can be seen on the outside covering his eyes, and Gavin measures the prone Dexter before nearly taking his head off with a Dependable Roundhouse!

Sharper: “Gavin paying homage to Chuck Taurus with that nasty roundhouse and Dexter may be out!”

Knots: “Not only does he have a chance to win this, he may have also prevented Dexter from bringing any social media hating hellspawn into the world!”

With Dexter down and seemingly out, Gavin begins the process of lifting the ladder upright again and positioning it under the contract. He starts to climb, the cheers of the fans fueling his ascent, but those cheers quickly turn to boos as Wendell clambers into the ring and hits Gavin across the back with his protest sign! Gavin pauses in his climb, but it becomes clear the blow did nothing as he turns to look at Wendell, who immediately drops the sign and starts begging off. Gavin slowly climbs back down the ladder and stalks Wendell, who’s frantically apologizing before he tries to bail from the ring. Gavin, however, catches him once he’s on the apron and partially pulls him back into the ring so he can drop Dexter’s follower with the Cubic Zirconium Cutter! The fans are on their feet as Wendell awkwardly rolls out of the ring and to the floor as Gavin rises, but the boos quickly resurface as Dexter suddenly rises behind him and shoves the trash can over his head and torso! Gavin stumbles around for a moment, trying to get the trash can off of him, but Dexter blasts it with the Unwanted Notification! Gavin hits the mat as a sizable dent can be seen in the trash can.

Sharper: “Dexter’s damn flunky just saved this match for him, and Gavin may be out after that wicked kick against that trash can!”

Knots: “Dexter taking out the trash and that could be all she wrote if he actually goes for the contract!”

Dexter stares down at Gavin for a moment before looking at the ladder. After a moment, he begins to climb it, the boos getting louder as Dexter ascends a couple of rungs. He stops, however, and turns himself around, not focusing on the contract but instead on Gavin down on the mat and still trapped in the trash can. Dexter measures him before hopping off the ladder for an elbow drop, but Gavin manages to pull himself out of the can and avert disaster at the last moment! Dexter crashes onto the trash can, crushing it beneath him as it becomes painfully clear Gavin escaped. He tries to use the ladder to pull himself back to his feet, clutching at his arm and his side, and as he turns he finds that Gavin has pulled himself up enough to lunge at him and nearly decapitate him with the Gavin Taylor Lariat!

Knots: “Hashtag! Gavin! Taylor! Lariat!”

Sharper: “Gavin avoiding disaster and now both men are down! Who will be the first to get back to their feet and make the climb?”

Knots: “Probably not Dexter! He hasn’t even gone for the contract once this entire match!”

Gavin slowly begins to get back to his feet, the fans cheering his name and urging him on as he staggers over to the ladder. He starts trying to climb, but only gets up one or two rungs before Dexter grabs his wrist! He tries to yank Gavin off the ladder while simultaneously using him to get back to his own feet, but Gavin holds on to the rungs tightly and kicks at Dexter to get him off. One kick manages to catch Dexter right in the nose and make him back off, but as Gavin tries to climb again he finds himself stopped. He looks down and is shocked to find that Dexter has managed to cuff him, shackling the two of them together!

Sharper: “Dexter literally handcuffing himself to Gavin to keep him from climbing!”

Knots: “If either one of them wants to reach that contract now, they’re going to have to drag the other one up with them!”

Gavin climbs down, realizing the situation, as Dexter just spits in his face! Gavin slowly wipes the spit away before he uses the handcuffs to pull Dexter in for another Gavin Taylor Lariat, but Dexter ducks this one! He quickly applies a cobra clutch using their shackled arms, trying to lift Gavin into the Unplugged, but Gavin blocks it! He twists out of it and tries to catch Dexter with the Desperation Buzzer-Beater, but Dexter catches him with a thumb to the eye, returning the receipt from earlier! Gavin staggers back but can’t go very far, and he suddenly tries to go for the Better Buzzer-Beater, only for Dexter to catch his foot and turn the tables with one of his own! The fans groan and boo as Gavin bends over from the blatant shot below the belt, and Dexter capitalizes with a front facelock before dropping Gavin onto the crushed trash can with the Detox Drop!

Sharper: “A wild back-and-forth that ends with a blatant low blow from Dexter and then the Detox Drop onto the trash can!”

Knots: “The problem now is that even if Dexter wanted to go for the contract, he’d have to haul Gavin’s dead weight up the ladder with him!”

Dexter glares down at Gavin before looking up towards the contract, muttering something to himself as he doesn’t look happy. He looks over to where Wendell is slowly pulling himself up using the apron and motions to him, and Wendell reaches into his pocket and tosses a key to Dexter! Dexter fiddles with it for a moment before he unlocks his handcuff, drawing a torrent of jeers as he proceeds to drag Gavin’s carcass over to the corner and relocks it, handcuffing Gavin to the bottom rope! As Gavin slowly starts to get his bearings, Dexter slowly and begrudgingly begins to climb the ladder, the boos getting louder the closer he gets to the top. Once he’s close enough, he looks down to see Gavin frantically trying to free himself from the handcuffs to stop him.

Grant: “I don’t care for this, but you sure as hell don’t deserve it!”

With that, Dexter carefully fiddles with the carabiner until he pulls the clipboard free! The bell rings and “TokSik” by Starset hits again, the fans booing as Gavin smacks the bottom rope in frustration.

Phillips: “Here is your winner… Dexter Grant!”

Sharper: “Despite his claims against wanting it, Dexter Grant retrieving that contract to win this match, and now he has a date with the Adrenaline Champion in his future!”

Knots: “Say what you will about his ‘mission’ and his priorities, but this is a very dangerous man who no one’s been able to stop yet, and soon he could be wearing SCW gold!”

Dexter climbs down and goes to leave the ring, only to pause and look at Gavin still handcuffed to the bottom rope. He pulls the key out of his pocket and moves to toss it to him, but then shakes his head before tossing the key deep into the booing crowd. Gavin starts thrashing again, trying to break the chain and free himself. Dexter climbs out of the ring and practically thrusts the contract for his future title shot against Wendell’s chest before he storms off, with Wendell slowly following him as we see officials run past them down to the ring to try and free Gavin from the handcuffs. We then see Grant holding the contract in the air. From ringside, we then see Ace Marshall and Sophie James, both with their cameras out, walking around the ring, taking pictures, intentionally with the flash to get Grant’s attention. Grant looks around.

Grant: “Stop it! I don’t give you permission! Stop it!”

Ace keeps taking pictures as Sophie then looks at her phone.

Sophie: “Oh! This is great for X!”

Grant starts to climb down. He then runs over to the ropes and swats at Ace. Ace smirks and backs up.

Ace: “I’ll tell you how many likes you get, Grant!”

Ace backs up before taking a clear picture of Grant’s face. He then backs up and rejoins Sophie. The two head to the back as the scene fades out.

COMMERCIALS

We open up with a shot of Konrad Raab not in the arena, but at what appears to be a race track. Konrad turns away from his car, wiping his hands with a cloth, before stepping forward.

Raab: “I heard that Xander wasn’t too happy with me. Well, Xander…I don’t care. I’m here in Pensacola. At the Snowball Derby Late Models race at Five Flags. Not in Edmonton. Previous engagement, before you call me out for my cowardice.”

Raab smirks.

Raab: “I hope you like the gifts I’ve given you. Burned…in Blood….I haven’t see what you said. Just heard about it around here. Some people here telling me I’ve crossed a line. I’ve just gotten started Xander. Maybe next week we can have that face to face meeting and I can take something else from you.”

Raab smiles.

Raab: “Until then…I have a race to win.”

Raab then walks over and grabs a helmet before walking past the camera. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

The arena goes dark and there the crowd begins to buzz wondering who is coming out.  As "Sonne" by Rammstein begins to play, lasers begin to shoot across the arena to the beat, and a spotlight illuminates Kirsten Scott on the entry way, back to the crowd, holding fingers up with the opening count-up.

Eins...
Zwei...
Drei...
Vier...
Fünf...
Sechs...
Sieben...
Acht...
Neun...

As she holds up the ninth finger, the song stops the countdown at its crescendo, and she throws her arms out to the side...

AUS!

Spotlights begin to swirl around the arena as the song continues, and "The One" Kirsten Scott walks out from backstage. Joining her is Jake Starr. The crowd roars. Kirsten and Jake begin their walk to the ring together with "The One" staring directly at her ultimate location inside the squared circle.

Sharper: “Kirsten Scott was this close to winning the TV Title. It did not happen, thanks, in part, to the Enigma making another one of his appearances, by that, playing mind games.”

Knots: “Fire shot out of the back of the ambulance. Don’t act like that’s normal!”

Sharper: “For the Enigma, it’s par for the course. He did this for months against Deanna and it left Deanna mentally broken! Kirsten Scott is willingly trying to hunt, her words, the Enigma!”

As they reach the ring, they walk along to the hard camera side, and Kirsten jumps up onto the ring apron and stands up. She slowly steps in as Jake Starr walks up the steel steps and enters the ring. Kirsten Scott then walks around the ring and walks over to Jason Phillips, demanding he give her a microphone. He obliges, handing her one. Kirsten Scott takes it and then walks back to the middle of the ring. She looks around as Jake Starr smirks, walking around the ring as well.

Kirsten: “This is going to be one of those moments where people will make decisions that will have a lasting impact!”

Kirsten Scott looks around.

Kirsten: “I’m not going to come out here and talk about how close I was to winning the TV Title. I’m not going to talk about anything like that. I’m just going to talk about how I think its safe to say I have The Enigma’s attention!”

Kirsten smirks.

Kirsten: “You know him…the big guy, stupid creepy mask, does a lot of smoke and mirrors. Made Deanna Frost show that she’s a weak person. And well, SCW…he’s not going to go away just because you ask him nicely. And that’s been proven. But don’t worry…you have an ace up yourself…and I’m going to do you a big favour. I’m going to deal with your problem…and I’m going to make you have to relish in it!”

Kirsten smirks.

Kirsten: “But that’s the end goal, we’re still in chapter one. No…there’s no pun there. Just that’s where we are. Jake and I went hunting. We followed some leads, talked to some private eyes, and we got the creepy bastard’s attention. So now…now…this is the easy part.”

Kirsten walks over to the ropes and looks in the camera.

Kirsten: “I want to fight you Enigma. I want to fight you in a wrestling ring and I want to see if you are more than just your smoke and mirrors. I mean I’ll fight fire with fire…and no, that’s not a phrase. But I want to face YOU!”

Kirsten steps back as the crowd roars.

Sharper: “There you have it-“

Kirsten: “But therein lies the problem….CHBK has you suspended.”

Kirsten smirks.

Kirsten: “Well, CHBK…this is where you have a choice to make. Because I want to fight The Enigma. I want to prove he can’t hurt me. I want to prove I’m strong enough for the challenge, but if I can’t do it here well….”

Kirsten turns to Jake.

Kirsten: “My new friend here fortunately has a name in the sport. And he has contacts. How funny would it be if I did a big solid for SCW and it wasn’t even in their ring?”

Kirsten smirks.

Kirsten: “Who want the gate? Who wants the advertising dollars? We’re not fools. We know this is a money driven business. It’s why you keep booking the names from the past, CHBK. We’ve noticed it too. Getting a bit lazy. Why focus on the future when you can milk the past…a past I think you wish to be reliving, but that’s neither here nor there. We’ll milk the past…Jake that is…in that there are people who are looking for the Misfits to make an appearance and if the Enigma wants to fight somewhere else, I’m game!”

The crowd buzzes.

Kirsten: “Maybe GCW wants it. Hey! Glory! What do you think?”

Kirsten walks around the ring.

Kristen: “ECWF? Is Splat Productions still doing something? What about MWE…if they’re desperate enough to let Kim book a card, they’ll certainly want what we’re offering.”

Kirsten turns back to the main camera.

Kirsten: “I know Enigma will let me know. But CHBK…I’ll fight him wherever he wants. It’s in your court whether SCW gets the extra bonuses. Because when I beat the Enigma, when I stop the smoke and mirrors, when I strip his act away…you will owe me the world!”

Kirsten drops the microphone and turns and walks back. Starr and her high-five briefly as “Sonne” starts to play again.

Knots: “Kirsten Scott dropping an ultimatum!”

Sharper: “He wants to help SCW by going after The Enigma, but this is all self-interested. And in that, she’s forcing CHBK to prove the same. And other promotions would jump at the opportunity to have SCW talent competing on their shows.”

Knots: “Well CHBK…guess you’re pulling a suspension? Right?”

Sharper: “That’s if Enigma accepts…”

Kirsten Scott steps through the ropes, dropping down to the floor. Starr exits the ring and follows Kirsten Scott as the scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

The scene opens with a panning shot of the crowd.

Sharper: “Ladies and gentlemen, we’ve received word that our next match is going to be a back lot brawl featuring the Magical Cosmic Princess YUYO and Sapphire Taylor. Both have been directed to meet in the back of the area.”

Knots: “This is the first time we’ll see YUYO in action since losing her Adrenaline Championship, let’s see how she responds. Saphire has a big opportunity here against one of SCW’s rising stars.”

Sapphire Taylor vs. Magical Cosmic Princess YUYO

Backlot Brawl

The cameras focuses in on the big screen until we’re in the picture of a closed off lot behind the arena. Sapphire Taylor is shown, walking through the area with a kendo stick in hand, searching for her opponent. A referee hurries into view. Suddenly, a flood light clicks on, underneath it is YUYO in her ring attire. She shivers for a moment in the cold winter day but then strikes a poses as if it’s Saturday Night Fever and suddenly streamers explode behind her. A gust of wind blows the streamers back in her face. She throws off the mess using her hastily repaired Gríðarvölr. YUYO points the staff towards Sapphire.

YUYO: “IT IS I, YUYO! PREPARE TO BE BESTED!”

Sapphire Taylor: “Bring it”

Sharper: “And here we go, a brawl in the back and there are no rules, just more craziness thanks to the format of Fatal Fortunes.”

Knots: “They’re charging towards each other! This is a fight scene out of some fantasy movie!”

They meet halfway and stop. Taylor swings her kendo stick, but it is deflected by YUYO’s staff. Every swing is parried. YUYO goes to sweep Taylor’s leg with Gríðarvölr, but Taylor jumps over it. She taps YUYO on the head with the kendo stick. YUYO drops Gríðarvölr, and holds her head, letting out a loud cry. Taylor punishes YUYO for the mistake with a big whack on the backside. YUYO glares at Taylor. Taylor swings again, YUYO catches the stick and pulls Taylor in for an elbow to the face. Taylor loses hold of the stick. YUYO grabs a hold of her, goes to toss her into a the side of the dumpster, but Taylor reverses, throwing YUYO’s shoulder first into the dumpster.

Knots: “YUYO getting a few lickings from that kendo stick. Taylor is taking control of this chaotic match in the arly going. Why didn’t the Shining Maidens come act as some back up! They’re a team, aren’t they?”

Sharper: “YUYO might have wanted to handle things on her own as a real leader; either way, let’s give props to Taylor for commanding YUYO in the early going.”

Knots: “I’m just saying. No disqualification. YUYO has the manpower to make this a easy night. Instead, she’s getting her behind belted with a kendo stick.”

Sharper: “Regardless of her maturity level, you can’t say YUYO is without honor.”

Taylor holds onto YUYO’s arm. She rams her shoulder into YUYO, forcing YUYO back into the dumpster. Again, and again. YUYO stops this by giving Taylor a shove and Taylor lands on her ass. YUYO charges foward with a dropkick to the face of Taylor. YUYO looks around, holds herself while shivering.

YUYO: “Screw this! YUYO’s cold! She’s going back inside!”

Sharper: “YUYO has unilaterally decided to bring this match into the arena. She’s heading back indoors.”

Knots: “Taylor’s in hot pursuit. YUYO is gonna regret turning her back on Taylor! She should know better!”

Taylor runs up behind YUYO and dropkicks her in the back. YUYO flies through the door head first and spills into the backstage area of the arena. YUYO scrambles to her feet but Taylor continues to brawl with forearms, knocking her down aways. There they walk by what appears to be a daycare area. Taylor whips YUYO and she barrels into, then over a miniature wall of a pen. YUYO flops about on a puzzle piece mat before crashing down and breaking a tiny plastic chair. She lets out a yell of an anguish at that mistake.

Sharper: “The brawl has spilled out into the arena’s employee daycare center.”

Knots: “Good ol’ Canada and their socialist ways. To think there are places like this right out in the open where childcare is provided.”

Sharper: “Ignoring the pollitical commentary on part of my broadcast partner, Taylor has YUYO reeling. We heard that YUYO wants to prove that she too can be hardcore, but so far, we haven’t seen her fare well in this extreme setting.”

Taylor goes to yank YUYO off the floor but then in a cloud of sparkles, YUYO blew glitter into the eyes of Tayor. Taylor falls down, blinded as she rubs her eyes, shrieking in pain. YUYO grabs a hold of a box of 20 crayons and pulls out the purple crayon. She digs it into the forehead of Taylor. YUYO doesn’t bust open Taylor; however, she does leave a smear of purple wax across the forehead. YUYO shows her merciless side by then slamming Taylor’s head down onto the floor.

Knots: “One of her magical abilities must have been super human hearing, because she heard you talk smack, Adam. YUYO has taken off the cuffs!”

Sharper: “I don’t think I ever seen YUYO as vicious as with that crayon as her weapon.I don’t think I ever seen anyone as vicious with a crayon in their hand.”

Knots: “You should see a toddler left without parental supervision in the hallway.”

YUYO walks overe to a plastic bin and dumps it contents all over the floor: legos, hundreds of painfully sharp legos spewed out onto the floor. YUYO reaches down and drags Sapphire Taylor to her feet, but Taylor battles back with some elbows to YUYO’s face. YUYO delievers a fisherman suplex onto the legos! Taylor bounches back up onto her feet, holding her back as legos become unstuck to her back. YUYO connects with the spinning back elbow and then hooks the leg:

Sharper: “YUYO with a fisher man suplex onto the legos! Follows up with a spinning back elbow. The pin!”

1…

2…

Sharper: “Taylor shoots the shoulder up. She’s not finished yet.”

Knots: “Legos. All parents know that legos are the most dangerous obstacles in your child’s bedroom. I think the audience is learning valuable lessons in parenting from this brawl.”

Taylor catches YUYO with the uppercut when YUYO tries pulling her up off the floor. YUYO stumbles back. Taylor reaches and pulls a nearby white board with some children doodles off its stand and bashes it over the head of YUYO. YUYO goes down but she gets back up. YUYO is sent back down again with another loud crack. Third time, YUYO doesn’t get back up. Taylor discards the whiteboard. She backs up and then charges forward, running shooting star press onto YUYO.

Sharper: “Taylor back in control with the help of a dry erase board! Now, running shooting star press— cover!”

1…

2…

Knots: “No! YUYO has a lot of fight left in her.”

Sharper: “Taylor needs to stay on top of YUYO here. She found the opportunity to get back into this match, but she can’t afford YUYO to recover.”

YUYO crawls in attempt to get away from Taylor. She throws herself up onto a opened chest. Taylor grabs YUYO’s shoulder. YUYO turns around and bellclaps Taylor with two tambourines, the rattles echo loudly.

YUYO: “EXPLOSION!”

YUYO hits Taylor again with the tambourines. Taylor drops to her knees as YUYO tosses the musical instruments aside. She takes a xylophone, sets it down, tests some notes with a small mallet. YUYO hoists Taylor up before delilevering a DDT with a long clank! YUYO shoves Taylor over and climbs up top of a miniature slide

YUYO: “FOR LOVE!”

Sharper: “YUYO takes flight with the DOKIDOKI! Stardust! What a sight! The hook of the leg!”

1…

2…

3!

Sharper: “YUYO takes it in a bizarre and chaotic backstage brawl in the child’s play area of the arena.”

Knots: “Talk about being innovating. She used her enviroment to perfection and topped Sapphire Taylor to claim victory.”

YUYO jumps up and down in happiness as the scene fades out.

A prerecorded video begins to play with classical music playing in the background. It shows a penthouse apartment overlooking the Toronto skyline, interspaced with clips of a young man with chiseled features training.

“Let me tell you a story. A story you haven’t heard about the history of this company…”

Old photographs and video of a younger looking Mr D appear on the screen from 2003, when SCW was just starting out. They all feature a similar looking man standing in the background or alongside Mr D.

“You all know the story of Mr D. But did you know how he got the money to start this journey? He didn’t do it alone. My father, Darren Reid, was there at the very beginning.”

We now see photos of buildings all across Canada bearing the name of REID MANUFACTURING or REID CONSTRUCTION.

“My family helped build this company in the early days, and it’s time that our legacy was known.”

Back inside the apartment, Darren Reid Jr steps in front of the camera and flashes a smile.

DRJ: “My name is Darren Reid Jr, but you can call me DRJ. And in two weeks, that will be a name you’ll learn to never forget. In two weeks, DRJ takes over SCW.”

He winks as the words “COMING SOON” appear across the screen.

An icon appears stating: Last Person Standing, before viewers are shown to a cheering crowd. The view switches with focus on the entrance ramp.

Sharper: “Our next bout will be a Last Person Standing match, so who knows what chaos we’ll see unfold.”

The lights go out, except for a single spotlight at the top of the stage. The opening chords to “Patient Number 9” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play. A haunting voice is heard…

Phillips: “The following contest is a Last Person Standing match! Introducing first, from Boston, Massachusetts, she is the Queen of the Death Match…Kimberly! Williams!”

"Is there a way out of here?"
"Hey, how long you been here?"
"I wanna go home"
"Hey, hahaha"
"Hahaha"
"Excuse me, could you tell how to get out of here?"
"Hahaha"
"I want to go home"
"Hahaha"
"Mommy, mommy"

The song begins to rage full bore now. Suddenly the lights come back on and Kimberly Williams is standing at the top of the stage to a loud, mostly positive, reaction from the fans. A sinister smirk is on her face as she ponders what she is about to do tonight. She winks at the fans before pointing towards the ring and making a beeline towards it. She slides into the ring underneath the bottom rope. Kimberly then poses in the center of the ring to another loud reaction from the fans. The music slowly dies down and Kimberly goes to a corner to await the start of the match.

Knots: “Kim loves chaos, so I’m sure she’ll thrive.”

The arena goes dark and a voice can be heard saying ”And the story goes…a young man will come…to save the universe from the forces of evil…

The voice dies down for a few moments before “I Will” by Eminem featuring KXNG Crooked, Royce da 5'9" & Joell Ortiz kicks in.

“And I don't think that I can stop it, here it comes…I do my best to try to block it, redrum…I've been sipping on like, vodka, head's numb...I'm blacking out, you better watch it, it's bedlam…”

The lights come back on and Scott Reed steps out from the entrance way, the crowd erupting in cheers.

“I thought I heard a voice in my head that said, "Kill"
I had no other choice that was left except fill
My pencil full of poisonous lead, the devil
He wants me to murder this beat, so I will”

Reed makes his way down the ramp, slapping hands with fans along the way. He reaches the ring and goes up the ring steps. Going across the apron, he looks out at the crowd once again as they continue to cheer. Climbing into the ring, Reed goes to the center.

Phillips: “And her opponent, hailing from New York City, New York…he is…Scott! Reed!”

“He told me there are doubters who question my skill
They wanna put my style to the test, am I still
The best? They want the crown on my head, I said, "Chill
If you want me to murder this beat, then I will"

Reed climbs up to the top rope and points to the center of his chest, mouthing the words, ‘I will’ as the music dies down. Hopping down from the turnbuckle, he leans into the corner, waiting for the match to begin.

Scott and Kim look at one another before the ref signals for the bell. The bell rings and Kim immediately drops down and rolls out of the ring, going digging underneath.

Scott Reed vs. Kimberly Williams

Last Person Standing

Sharper: “These two have met before. Kim used her technical prowess, but Scott Reed managed to pull off the win. With Last Person Standing rules, being that there are no disqualifications, anything goes…Kim is in her element.”

Scott rolls out of the ring on the opposite side and digs under the ring. Both are then shown standing up, brandishing kendo sticks. Both nod at one another before slowly sliding back into the ring and getting to their feet. Kim and Scott look at the kendo sticks then at each other, before slowly lifting them up, sliding into battle stances.

Knots: “They are posing like Obi-Wan and Anakin Skywalker! What is this?”

Kim goes to strike, but Scott blocks it with his own kendo stick. Both try to hit the other, their sticks meeting in the middle. Scott goes for a shot to the legs, but Kim leaps up, before bringing her kendo stick down, but Scott blocks it, before shoving Kim back with his foot. Kim hits the ropes and bounces back, connecting with a running headbutt. Scott falls back a bit and Kim hits him with the kendo stick to the abdomen, then the back. Scott drops to one knee as Kim hits him in the back once again.

Sharper: “Kim teeing off with that kendo stick.”

Kim goes to hit Scott again, but he rolls forward, and spins around as Kim goes to hit him, grabbing the kendo stick with one hand then hitting Kim in the head with his stick. Kim lets go of her kendo stick and Scott hits her again, before running forward and clotheslining her over the top rope.

Kim gets up only for Scott to leap over the top, taking her down with a flying crossbody.

Sharper: “Scott taking to the air and connecting!”

Knots: “But is being on the outside with Kim a good idea?”

Scott gets to his feet and goes to grab Kim, but she kicks him in the head, before reaching up and pulling him head first into the steel steps.

Sharper: “There’s your answer.”

Kim rolls over and goes under the ring, pulling out a table. While she’s setting it up, Scott can be seen getting to his feet. Scott stomps over, clubbing Kim in the back of the head, before hooking her and hitting a belly to back suplex, sending Kim spine first into the apron. Scott gets to his feet and finishes setting the table up.

Scott grabs Kim, but she fires away with a European uppercut, before chopping Scott in the throat. Scott grabs his throat and turns away as Kim goes under the ring, before pulling WASLEY out. The crowd cheers as Kim shows WASLEY off before returning her attention to Scott, who is using the table to get to his feet. Kim runs over, clocking Scott in the back of the head with the penguin. Scott falls onto the table.

Scott goes to sit up, but Kim hits him in the head with WASLEY once again.

Knots: “Scott Reed taking WASLEY to the face.”

Sharper: “I’m not sure you should say that.”

Knots: “That’s literally what happened.”

Kim gets onto the apron, still holding WASLEY. She turns around then flips backwards, connecting with a moonsault onto Scott and through the table.

Crowd: “OOOHHH!”

Kim can be seen clutching WASLEY and her ribs as she rolls off Scott and to the barricade, which she uses to get to her feet. The ref begins the count.

Sharper: “Kim putting Scott through the table, with a little help from WASLEY.”

Ref: “1! 2! 3!”

Scott can be seen rolling onto his stomach and near the ring steps.

Ref: “4! 5! 6!”

Scott tries to use them to get to his feet.

Ref: “7! 8!”

Scott pushes himself to his feet, clutching his ribs and head before he turns to face Kim. Kim looks at Scott, then at WASLEY, then back at Scott before throwing the penguin at him. Scott catches it.

Crowd: “OOOHHH!!!”

Kim shrugs and charges, only for Scott to throw the penguin at Kim, hitting her in the face. Kim gets knocked off her feet, falling to the floor.

Knots: “Scott should’ve tried out for baseball. Hell of a pitch!”

Scott stumbles over and grabs Kim, who can be seen grabbing WASLEY. Scott whips Kim into the apron, before hitting a running knee into the chest. Kim nearly slumps over, but Scott grabs her. Kim manages to hit Scott with WASLEY and Scott stumbles to the side, before leaping towards Kim, hitting a flying forearm, both crashing to the floor.

Scott gets up, pulling Kim with him before rolling her into the ring. Scott tosses WASLEY inside, too. Scott then digs under the ring and grabs another table, which he slides inside before rolling into the squared circle himself.

Sharper: “Scott bringing in another table.”

Scott goes to set the table up, only for Kim to get up and rake her nails across the skin of his back. Scott grimaces as he steps forward, before slowly turning around. Kim blasts him with a forearm, then a second, before taking a steps back. Kim follows up and hits a running dropkick, sending Scott into the corner.

Kim then finishes setting the table up and goes over to Scott. Kim climbs up and begins to land a series of punches.

Crowd: “1! 2! 3! 4! 5! 6! 7! 8! 9!”

Kim goes for a tenth, but Scott hooks her, spins around, and hits buckle bomb. Kim stumbles out of the corner, only for Scott to hook her again, hitting a powerbomb, this time through the table. Scott falls back into the corner as the ref makes the count.

Knots: “Scott making good use of the table, I’d say. Introduced Kim to his wood.”

Ref: “1! 2! 3!”

Kim rolls over and slowly begins to crawl towards the ropes.

Ref: “4! 5! 6!”

Kim drapes herself over the bottom rope, before using the middle rope to pull herself up.

Ref: “7! 8! 9!”

Kim gets to her feet!

Sharper: “Kim still in this fight!”

Scott gets to his feet as he and Kim look at one another. They nod and charge forward. Scott goes for a running clothesline, but Kim dunks under. Kim bounces off the ropes, and hits a running knee to the face, leveling Scott.

Knots: “Kim with the Shadowblade!”

Scott rolls over however, and slowly pushes himself up. Kim can be seen shaking her head, before grabbing WASLEY. Kim stomps over and nails Scott in the back then the back of the head. Scott rolls over onto his back, before rolling back onto his stomach and slowly pushing himself off the mat.

Sharper: “Scott keeps tries to get up! Nobody can question the fight in this kid!”

Knots: “Though Kim may be questioning what else she has to do to win this thing.”

Kim takes WASLEY and hits Scott in the back of the head once more. Then, a second time, and a third. Scott shakes it off and tries to crawl forward, but Kim hits him once again, and then a fifth time. Kim steps back and Scott is shown trying to get up once again. Kim shakes her head before backing into the ropes and springing off, connecting WASLEY with the back of Scott’s head again. Scott falls over and Kim steps back, as the ref begins the count.

Ref: “1! 2! 3! 4!”

Scott is shown throwing a hand over the bottom rope. Kim lifts WASLEY up, looking like she’s prepared to strike.

Ref: “5! 6! 7! 8!”

Sharper: “What else does Scott have in him?”

Scott grabs the second rope and tries to push himself up from the mat.

Ref: “9!”

Scott drops down to the mat as the ref counts to 10, and the bell rings, Kim leans against the ropes before facing the crowd and lifting WASLEY up. There’s a bit of a mixed reaction as “Patient Number 9” hits the sound system.

Phillips: “Here is your winner…and the last person standing…Kimberly! Williams!”

The ref is shown checking on Scott who is now sitting up and trying to use the ropes to get all the way to his feet. Kim is shown celebrating and hugging WASLEY. The cameras show her and Scott looking at one another. Kim nods at him and Scott returns the favor before Kim gets out onto the apron and drops down to the floor. Kim celebrates a bit more in the aisle before we cut away.

We cut back to the big screen, the randomizer wheel back on the screen. It spins quickly.

Sharper: “As we hope to get some help for Scott Reed there…we have been told we have two matches left.”

Knots: “One has to be for the TV Title; the other for the tag titles!”

The wheel continues to spin before “SCW Television Championship” came up on the screen before the spinning continues again before slowing down and stopping on “Fatal Four Way.” The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Next! We’ll crown a new TV Champion! That’s next here on Breakdown!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Phillips: “The following contest is a fatal four way match for the SCW Television Championship!”

The SCW Television Championship logo comes across the screen. A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot.  A few seconds pass, which is when an open field is shown up on the SCW tron.  A flock of birds rise up from the tall grass and fly away as the sound of a piano can be heard playing, leading into the opening of "Bird Set Free" by Sia.  The moment the opening words are heard, Polly steps out from the back and stands at the forefront on the stage.  She looks up at the tron to see one straggling bird rise up from the grass all by its lonesome.  Polly admires the one small bird that begins to fly away now too until Sia reaches the chorus, which is when she turns around as a pair of pyros goes off on each side of the entranceway.  The nearest camera catches her piercing bright green eyes as she begins to walk down the ramp and down to the ring.

Phillips: “First, making her way to the ring, from Panguitch, Utah, she is Polly Pingotti!!!”

Polly does smile but only briefly as she turns her attention to the task at hand.  She can hear the usual mix of cheers and boos, leaning more towards cheers than boos.  She gives one full look around the arena before she slides into the ring under the bottom rope.  Once inside the ring she stands right up, closes her eyes, and presents a flying motion.  She opens her eyes back up and light on her feet chooses a corner of the ring to wait in.  With her arms now back at her sides, her focus builds on the fight that she is about to go through.

Sharper: “Polly Pingotti could walk away with gold. Waylon Creek stripped of his TV Title, a result of his actions last week.”

Knots: “Saved a suspension. But he hasn’t been picked for his non-title appearance. What if he’s randomly drawn in this one?”

Sharper: “Polly better be ready. And she’s already shown it a bit. She stepped up to Blake Mason and told him no to his offer regarding Marissa Swanson!”

“Ain’t it Fun” by Paramore begins to blast across the speakers. As it does Dawn makes her way out from behind the curtains smirking. She claps the hands of the roaring fans before sliding into the ring.

Phillips: “Next, from Los Angeles, California, she is the Pink Puppy, Dawn Warren!”

Warren looks around and hops up to her feet. She then runs to the corner and looks out in the crowd.

Sharper: “Dawn Warren also getting fate smiling upon her.”

Knots: “Talk about a chance for her to immediately prove she deserves her spot. One night and she could hold gold!”

The lights go out before then “Jesus He Knows Me” by Ghost plays. The crowd boos as Simon

Lyman steps from the back, wearing a white robe. He extends his arms as he looks around the

arena.

Phillips: “Next, from…he says the Land of the Righteous…he is Simon Lyman!”

Lyman continues to extend his arms as he walks down the rampway. Golden pyro shoots out

behind him as he walks down to the ring. The cameras cut to a wide shot showing a white light

following him. Lyman makes his way down the rampway and reaches the ringside area. He

walks over to the steel steps and climbs up them. He looks into the ring and then steps into the

ring. He steps forward and stands in the middle of the ring before then undoing his robe and

sliding it down. He throws it away and turns and steps back.

Sharper: “Oh no…Simon Lyman…imagine him…”

Knots: “People will walk with him every week!”

Sharper: “If it is that Simon? What if it’s Ryan? Which Lyman is it?”

The lights go out. A few moments later, a white spotlight shines at the top of the ramp. In that spotlight we see a man wearing a robe that "Blake Mason Experience" embroidered in white. The lights to the rest of the arena come back on, the chorus to "The Night" by Disturbed echoes through the loud speaker. Blake Mason still has his back turned to the camera.

Phillips: “And finally, from Boston, Massachusetts, he is Blake Mason!”

Blake heads to the ring at a methodical pace. Reaching the steel steps, he walks up them, on to the apron, steps into the ring. Blake steps onto the middle turnbuckle with his arms outstretched as if he's basking in his own glory. He takes off his robe and hops down. He immediately hits the ropes, then stops in the center of the ring. He drops down to his knees and points up to the sky before he stands upright. He walks over to the nearest corner to rest comfortably.

Blake Mason vs. Simon Lyman vs. Polly Pingotti vs. Dawn Warren

SCW Television Championship

Sharper: “Talk about a unique, but interesting group-“

Knots: “Mason can make Polly Pingotti regret her decision tonight!”

Sharper: “But what about Simon? Simon and Blake Mason have a long history!”

Steve Hollinsworth raises the SCW Television Championship over his head and hands it off. He then turns back and calls for the bell. The bell sounds as Dawn Warren runs over and nails Blake with a dropkick. The crowd ohs. Blake falls back into the corner and stumbles forward before dropping down to the floor. Lyman turns and runs at Polly, who ducks a clothesline attempt. Lyman turns and Polly forearms him in the jaw once and then again and again. She gets Lyman into the corner and climbs up to the middle turnbuckle. Polly nails her with a series of hard right hands before Lyman shoves her off. She rolls through before Dawn runs over and jumps up onto the middle turnbuckle, standing over Lyman and nailing him with a series of hard right hands. Lyman then shoves her off. Warren rolls through and Polly runs at Lyman, but Lyman gets an elbow up. Polly turns and Warren hits a hurricanrana into a pin.

Lyman and Mason both stomp her a few more times before Polly rolls to the floor. Mason and Lyman then walk around the ring.

Sharper: “Lyman and Mason actually working together, pummeling Polly Pingotti!”

Knots: “I didn’t realize they both didn’t like her that much. I didn’t ever think I’d see them work together!”

Sharper: “Blake Mason piledriving Lyman is one reason the piledriver was banned for so long and now…I think Simon just realized who he’s in the ring with!”

Mason turns to Lyman, who suddenly reacts as if he is surprised by who’s in the ring, and Lyman clotheslines Blake down. Mason rolls over and Lyman stomps him in the face and then again before gabbing him and running him into the ropes. Mason bounces off and Lyman goes for another clothesline. Mason ducks and then kicks Lyman in the ribs. He then hits a vertical suplex. Both get up and Dawn Warren climbs up to the top rope and they step towards her as she dives off with a corkscrew somersault dive onto both. Warren rolls through. She then looks around and runs into the ropes. She handsprings off and hits the Comes Great Responsibility on Lyman. She hooks the leg.

Knots: “Not like it’s going to knock any sense into him!”

Sharper: “And this is a chaotic match here. It may come to just some luck in it all for who walks out the new TV Champion.”

Polly rolls over as Lyman rolls back. He starts to get up and Polly jumps up and hits a frankensteiner, taking him down. She then turns and hooks the leg.

Lyman kicks out. He rolls over as Polly gets up and runs at Mason. Mason lowers his head and hoists her up, back dropping her up and over to the floor. The crowd ohs. Mason then leans on Lyman before then getting up and running to the ropes. Dawn gets up as Mason slides to the floor. He then grabs her by the head and hits a swinging neckbreaker. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Mason saw Dawn Warren getting up out of the corner of his eye. And the great awareness leads him to hit that neckbreaker on the floor!”

Knots: “Warren is wishing that wasn’t the case.”

Mason then gets up and climbs up onto the apron. He then stands up as Polly then runs around and jumps up and hits a dropkick to the legs. Mason falls to his knees as Polly ends up on the apron. Mason then turns as Polly grabs him and drags him up before Lyman suddenly runs at both and just throws his body at Polly and Mason. Both fly off the apron and land in the barricade. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Lyman stopping Polly again.”

Knots: “Every time she’s got a shot at Mason, she’s been stopped and it’s worked out that when Polly has the opportunity, it’s against Mason.”

Sharper: “Lyman now in control here.”

Knots: “Gets some revenge. Gets a title. Fate likes her tonight!”

The crowd cheers as Polly is handed the Television Championship. She holds it over her head as she looks around and nods before then looking at the title. We cut back to the big screen, the randomizer wheel back on the screen. It spins quickly.

Sharper: “One match left, we know it’s for the Tag Titles!”

The wheel continues to spin before “SCW World Tag Team Championship” came up on the screen before the spinning continues again before slowing down and stopping on “Clockwork Orange House of Fun.” The crowd roars.

Backstage, we see Selena Frost walking down the hallway. The crowd boos seeing her. Jaina heads over to her.

Jaina: “Selena! Can I get a word?”

Selena stops and walks over to Jaina.

Jaina: “Clearly you were watching what just happened, but why didn’t you go for revenge-“

Selena: “Polly had it in hand. And she deserved it. And now…Blake, you can focus on me. Fatal Fortunes is done. And trust me…you can threaten whatever you want. This is just starting. Bring your worst, Blake. I’ve dealt with worse. BELIEVE IT.”

Selena turns and walks off. Jaina watches her leave as we cut back to the ring.

We cut to the ring, which has had several metal poles set up around it, standing about five feet taller than the top rope. Long lengths of chain run around the ring through these poles, and various different weapons are hanging from said chains. Jason Phillips looks around at this as the crowd buzzes before he makes the announcement, the camera zooming in to focus on the chains and all the various weapons at play.

Phillips: “The following contest is a Clockwork Orange House of Fun Match, scheduled for one fall, and it is for the SCW World Tag Team Championships!”

All of a sudden, the lights go out, prompting a surprised pop from the fans. “In the Name of Love” by Arion feat. Cyan Kicks begins to play, the LED screens flickering to life to show a large wisteria tree in front of a starry night sky with a beautiful moon, the stars seeming like they’re slowly shifting and dancing around as petals from the tree fall and gracefully glide through the sky. One spotlight comes to life on the left side of the stage from the camera’s perspective, revealing Amelia Nevado standing underneath it, eyes focused on the ring and a small smile on her lips as her hands are folded in front of her, giving her the look of a proper young lady. A second spotlight comes to life on the right side of the stage, revealing La Pequeña Luz standing underneath it with the kind of grin that could light up a room all on its own as she motions with her hands for the fans to get pumped up, which they immediately proceed to do. We notice that their World Tag Title belts, as well as Luz's interim U.S. Title belt, are worn across their chests like bandoliers, with Luz's crossing so that her World Tag Title belt is front and center. The two slowly turn their attention to one another and begin closing the distance, their spotlights following them as they stop within arm’s reach of one another, where Amelia extends her hand and Luz takes it before they pull their bodies close, the spotlights merging into one piercing through the darkness. When the song goes into the chorus, however, the two don't perform their usual waltz, instead opting to just head down to the ring hand-in-hand as the spotlight follows them, their eyes fixated on the setup around the ring. As the chorus reaches its end and the two find themselves at the bottom of the ramp, they pause to look at the various weapons hanging all around the ring before glancing at one another, having a conversation that we're unable to catch because of the music and the cheers of the fans. Still hand-in-hand, they make their way up the steps together before Amelia sits on the middle rope, holding them open so Luz can step inside. Luz then returns the gesture for Amelia to step into the ring after she wipes her feet like usual. Luz then moves to the center of the ring and drops to her knees, cupping her hands together in front of her while Amelia stands right behind her, hands folded before her once again. As Luz lifts her cupped hands upward, the arena lights slowly begin to come back on as Amelia takes her hands and pulls her to her feet, spinning her around one final time into a tight embrace and a soft kiss before the two move to their corner to prepare for battle, with both girls shedding their robes and Amelia also removing her mask. They hand the World Tag Titles over to referee Aaron Demitra and Luz sets the interim U.S. Title in the corner with their entrance gear.

Sharper: “Fatal Fortunes proving to be quite the gauntlet for The Light In The Darkness. Last week, Luz successfully defended her interim United States Title while Amelia found herself partnering with Xander Valentine in a First Blood Match. Luz also competing earlier tonight in a Submission Match.”

Knots: “The fact that they didn't waltz down to the ring for a change is a telling sign, though, Adam. Considering all of that, plus the Chamber Match they started and ran the table in at Under Attack, plus the Fall of Man's brutal beatdown of them two weeks ago... these two ladies are far from 100%.”

Sharper: “Which makes the fact that they've fought through all of the challenges of Fatal Fortunes thus far and are still as ready as can be to defend the Tag Team Titles you know mean so much to them all the more impressive.”

Knots: “How much more can they endure, though? This match is going to be another rough, violent affair, and depending on who got drawn to challenge them, this could be an easy end to their Fatal Fortunes run or their toughest test to date.”

Luz and Amelia talk with one another, making sure they're both ready to go as they await their challengers. After a moment, the sound and image of a babbling brook overtake the PA and screen. Shortly after, a man dressed in a suit flickers onto the screen, standing in the middle of the creek, facing away from the camera. “Mountain Banjo” by Rhiannon Giddens comes over the system, and from behind the curtain emerges a muscular figure adorned in a black union jacket, being led by a black lab on a leash. William Heaven and James Evans walk out behind him, moving to flank Waylon Creek as all three of them stare down at the ring, Heaven with amusement while Creek and Evans look about ready to destroy someone.

Knots: “Oh boy!”

The dog leads the way as Waylon Creek follows close behind, he and James Evans staring a hole straight through The Light In The Darkness, who return the glares. Waylon hands the dog off to a stage hand when he gets to the ring and appears to say something to the dog. The dog sits calmly as Waylon goes to enter the ring, but Heaven stops him as all three men begin to converse, blatantly ignoring Luz and Amelia's surprising demands for Waylon to get in the ring.

Sharper: “We just spoke about how Waylon and James attacked The Light In The Darkness two weeks ago and caused considerable damage, and now Waylon finds himself with an opportunity to dethrone the reigning World Tag Team Champions!”

Knots: “Billy's already tried wearing down Luz earlier tonight in that aforementioned Submission Match, and Waylon was stripped of the Television Title. He and the Fall of Man have plenty of reason to want to finish the job and put Luz and Amelia out of commission for good!”

Sharper: “And folks, just to be clear: James Evans is NOT Waylon's partner for this match. He had his Fatal Fortunes draw last week.”

Knots: “But he can legally get involved in a match like this without repercussions, meaning The Light In The Darkness might be staring down a veritable handicap match!”

Waylon's music fades as Heaven dictates instructions to him and James, that being the only reason they haven't rushed the ring yet. Luz and Amelia are locked in an intense staredown with them, showing more anger than we've perhaps ever seen from them. As the tension in the arena builds...

KABLAAAAAAAAAAM!!!

The sound of a xylophone scale is heard, signifying the start of the KABLAMian Taberacle Choir's jingle, "Come In KABLAMia" as Heaven's grin disappears. Waylon and James both turn to look towards the stage, absolutely furious, as Derek Adonis struts out onto the ramp, flanked by Sweet Sangria, Mimi Mimosa, Het Meisje, and Anastasia Fantasia. The crowd rise to their feet in a raucous applause at the display of flesh in front of them...

Welcome to the land that loves below the belt
The sky’s are clear and pleasure is felt
Come in KABLAMia, come in KABLAMia

Adonis waves out to the crowd as chants of "KABLAM" ring out throughout the arena. He starts making his way down the ramp but stops when he sees Waylon and James waiting for him, realizing the situation. His own grin fades as he leans over and talks with Sweet Sangria for a moment, all four women massaging his arms and shoulders, reassuring him of what he's about to get involved with.

Waylon Creek & Derek Adonis vs. Light in the Darkness

SCW World Tag Team Championship

Clockwork Orange House of Fun

Knots: “Man Mountain is back!”

Sharper: “Derek Adonis returning with one hell of a draw, but he's going to be teaming with the very man who nearly broke his neck in the first place!”

Knots: “James and Waylon are pissed, but I think William Heaven's realizing this might have become a handicap match against the Fall of Man because everyone else in this thing hates them, and for good reason!”

William Heaven is audibly cussing out CHBK as Adonis sends the four ladies to the back before heading down to the ring, looking more focused than we've perhaps ever seen him before. James says something to Waylon before he rushes Adonis, but Adonis breaks into a run in response and uses his body weight to cut James off with a big shoulder tackle! James rolls off the ramp and against the barricade as Adonis keeps running, with Waylon meeting him at the base of the ramp as the two trade blows! Heaven gets out of harm's way as the fans cheer Adonis on. The two men keep exchanging blows before Waylon knees Adonis in the gut and starts to hook him for the Consequences, but Adonis delivers a series of body shots to fight his way out. Before he can capitalize, however, James clubs him from behind before throwing Adonis into the barricade. James starts yelling at him, but he's cut off as The Light In The Darkness fly through the ropes with stereo topé suicidas, taking out him and Waylon!

Knots: “Derek Adonis dropping the fun and games to get some payback on the man who's supposed to be his partner for this match!”

Sharper: “And Luz and Amelia not content to wait any longer to get some of their own!”

Amelia grabs Waylon and throws him into the ring before sliding in after him, which is when Aaron Demitra signals for the bell to officially start this contest. Luz, meanwhile, grabs the lid off a trash can that’s sitting at ringside by one of the ring posts and starts furiously slamming it across James’s back, asking him in Spanish how it feels! In the ring, Waylon starts getting to his feet as Amelia doesn’t hesitate to remove a steel chair from the chains and drives it into Waylon’s gut to double him over before cracking him across the back with it! She lays the chair on the mat and turns Waylon over before planting his palm on the seat of the chair with his bent elbow held high before she stomps down, driving Waylon’s arm into the chair at an awkward angle!

Sharper: “Luz and Amelia showing some aggression I don’t think we’ve ever seen from them before!”

Knots: “We’ve seen them upset, we’ve seen them frustrated, but up until now we’ve never actually seen them angry, and the Fall of Man gave them every reason to be!”

Luz finally tosses the trash can lid aside, the camera briefly focusing on it to show how absolutely warped it’s become, before she rolls into the ring. Amelia has pulled off Waylon’s jacket and is pulling him to his feet, wrenching the arm she just targeted before she manages to hoist him up into a bearhug. Luz runs past her and springboards off the second rope, plucking a kendo stick from the chains as she does so, before she cracks it off of Waylon’s skull for a modified take on the Spellraiser! Amelia walks over and pulls down another kendo stick as the two of them surround Waylon, who’s getting to his feet and looks hurt but more furious than ever. As soon as he’s upright, Luz and Amelia unload on him, angrily smashing his chest and back with the kendo sticks as the fans cheer louder and louder for the intense display they’re not used to seeing from the champions! Luz and Amelia actually scream as they keep battering Waylon until the kendo sticks finally break! Waylon crumples to the mat, highly visible welts present across both his chest and back as Luz and Amelia toss the broken weapons aside.

Sharper: “The Light In The Darkness firmly in control here and this might be the most vulnerable we’ve seen Waylon Creek yet!”

Knots: “‘Tis the season, because Luz and Amelia just lit him up like a Christmas tree!”

James is stirring out on the floor, clutching at his back as Heaven is demanding that he get up and help Waylon. He doesn’t need to be told twice as he goes to pull himself into the ring, but Adonis suddenly runs in and sandwiches James between the apron and his body weight! James falls to the floor as Heaven looks incensed, but Adonis ignores him as he rolls into the ring. Waylon has crawled into a nearby corner and Luz and Amelia are pondering their next move, when Adonis rushes past them and delivers a facewash right across Waylon’s jaw! Waylon rolls out of the ring as Adonis turns to face the champions, a smile finally appearing on the lips of Man Mountain as he spreads his arms and lets out a hearty “KABLAM!” The fans are cheering as Luz and Amelia don’t know what to make of this, their bodies still trembling in anger towards the Fall of Man but knowing Derek’s still one of their opponents in this match. Adonis reaches into his pocket and offers them a travel brochure for KABLAMia, notably opened to what the camera catches as a “special honeymoon experience.”

Knots: “Is he… is he seriously offering the newlyweds a honeymoon trip to KABLAMia in the middle of this match!?”

Sharper: “It’s a reprieve from the violent and chaotic start we’ve had thus far, but maybe this is Adonis’s version of a peace offering so Luz and Amelia don’t unload on him like they’ve been doing to Waylon and James?”

Luz and Amelia’s faces both burn crimson as the fans all chant “KABLAM!” in encouragement. Amelia finally takes the pamphlet and hesitantly tells Adonis they’ll think about it before setting it with their entrance gear. Adonis just nods and allows Luz and Amelia a chance to get set before he throws a right hand at the former, who blocks it and delivers a forearm to the face. He staggers into Amelia who pops him with a european uppercut, and The Light In The Darkness ping-pong him back and forth for a moment like this. Adonis eventually stumbles over to the ropes, where Luz and Amelia grab his arms and irish whip him across the ring. Adonis rebounds and tries to catch them with a double clothesline, but they duck underneath. Adonis rebounds off the opposite set of ropes, but he’s stunned by a chair shot to the back courtesy of Waylon! Adonis cringes in pain before Waylon trips him up and drags him out of the ring, shoving him forward right as James smashes the steel steps into his face! The fans are booing relentlessly as James sets the steps down and hauls Adonis to his feet before slamming him into the steps with a uranage slam, the edges of the steps being driven into Adonis’s back as he cries out in pain, rolling away as we see blood start pouring from his head.

Sharper: “Dear God! James and Waylon may have taken Adonis out of this match!”

Knots: “Adonis may still technically be Waylon’s partner for tonight, but I think it’s clear the Fall of Man would prefer to make this them against The Light In The Darkness, end of story.”

Waylon brandishes his chair as James pulls down a led pipe from the chains, while Amelia grabs the chair from earlier and Luz arms herself with a crutch from the chains. The Fall of Man slide into the ring and both teams slam their weapons against one another, creating a stalemate that brings to mind a swordfight. Waylon uses his strength advantage to bully Amelia back into the corner, sandwiching her against the turnbuckles using both chairs, while Luz swings with the crutch only for James to duck and wield the pipe like a police baton, cracking Luz in the face with it! Waylon drops the chairs and lands an overhand chop right to the crown of Amelia’s skull before choking her with his boot, pinning her in place as James pulls a toolbox down from the chains and starts rummaging through it on the mat before finding what looks like a box cutter. The fans are booing relentlessly as James flicks the blade out and grabs Luz by the hair, Waylon forcing Amelia to watch as James starts using the blade to cut Luz’s mask open, allowing him to run the blade across her forehead as she screams in pain!

Sharper: “James Evans is a disrespectful, deranged man. He’s not only trying to rip away Luz’s mask and spit in the face of lucha libre tradition, he’s also drawing blood as well!”

Knots: “As long as The Light In The Darkness are destroyed completely, I don’t think he and Waylon care about traditions or cultures.”

Amelia tries to squirm free to help her wife, but Waylon stuns her with a nasty knife edge chop before hooking her in a pumphandle and dropping her with a flatliner that drives her face into the top turnbuckle! James retracts the blade and tosses the box cutter out to the floor before retrieving a screwdriver from the toolbox, going to sit on Amelia’s back and drive it into her forehead! Amelia screams as it’s not long before she, too, is bleeding, and James holds her in a camel clutch position as he keeps driving the screwdriver into her forehead.

Evans: “Don’t pass out on me yet! I want you to watch as you lose everything!”

Waylon pulls Luz back to her feet, her face a bloody mess and her mask tattered but with just enough left that most of her face is still obscured. He twists her around and drops her into a neckbreaker, intentionally dropping her neck across the toolbox! Luz writhes in pain as James kicks one of the chairs over to Waylon, stabbing Amelia’s forehead with the screwdriver a few more times to keep her from fighting free. Waylon, at William Heaven’s insistence, wraps the chair around Luz’s head before slowly climbing up to the second turnbuckle. Aaron Demitra goes to try and stop him, but Heaven pulls him out of the ring and tries to ‘helpfully’ remind him that what’s about to happen is legal in this match.

Sharper: “Waylon Creek looking to end the career of La Pequeña Luz, and James is going to make her wife watch!”

Amelia again tries to fight free, but James keeps her in the camel clutch position and goes to stab her with the screwdriver again. Amelia manages to get her arms free, however, and grabs the screwdriver to block this! James looks furious, but Amelia moves her hands up to grab his wrists and twists them, flipping him off of her before she stomps down onto his face repeatedly! The fans come alive as Amelia abandons James to rush the corner where Waylon is, jumping over Luz’s prone body and catching him with a leaping european uppercut! Waylon is stunned as Amelia removes the chair from around Luz’s head before climbing the turnbuckles to meet Waylon, positioning the chair against his back before she takes him off the second turnbuckle, over Luz’s body, and drives him into the mat and the chair with an avalanche northern lights suplex! The fans are on their feet as Amelia slowly bridges her body up into a pin attempt, but Heaven grabs Demitra to keep him from getting back into the ring and counting the fall!

Sharper: “Amelia Nevado may be on the verge of handing Waylon Creek his first pinfall loss, and William Heaven making sure our senior official can’t count the fall!”

Knots: “Heaven’s a smart businessman. He’s invested a lot into Waylon being the future of this company and that mystique takes a huge blow if it’s proven he can be beaten!”

As Amelia keeps the shaky bridge pin, James has slowly gotten up with help from the crutch and he slams it right across Amelia’s raised midsection! The bridge is broken as Amelia collapses to the mat, coughing and gasping for air before James starts repeatedly slamming the crutch across her ribs, paying her back for what Luz did to him at the start of this match. He drops the crutch once he realizes he’s bent it, seething as he turns to go grab Luz, only for her to toss a trash can she’s pulled into the ring at him! James catches the trash can, but Luz somehow musters up the energy to handspring off the ropes into the Esperanza Brillante, crushing the trash can under James’s weight as she drops him onto it!

Sharper: “Luz with the Esperanza Brillante! The Shining Hope! And she and Amelia sorely needed some as all four are down!”

Knots: “Five if you count Adonis, who’s the actual other participant in this match and not James!”

The shot briefly cuts to the floor, where we see Derek Adonis sitting up against the barricade, blood trickling down his face as he looks to be in agonizing pain from being dropped on the steel steps. In the ring, both The Light In The Darkness and the Fall of Man are slowly pulling themselves back to their feet, locked in a heated staredown as they both regain their bearings. Once both teams are upright, they lunge at each other, trading blows as the fans cheer on the fight. Waylon and James get the upper hand as Waylon backs Amelia into a corner while James backs Luz against the ropes before clotheslining her out of the ring and to the floor. Amelia starts fighting back, nailing Waylon with european uppercuts only for James to run in and clock her with a european uppercut of his own. Waylon grabs Amelia in a headlock and takes her over, causing her to land on one of the steel chairs! James grabs the toolbox and slides it over to Waylon, who holds it against Amelia’s head as he keeps her on the mat while James backs up and measures her. He charges, looking for Wish You Hell, but Luz has climbed back up onto the apron and springboards off the top rope, getting a bit of extra momentum by swinging from the chain before she intercepts James with a nasty poisonrana that spikes his head into one of the steel chairs laying in the ring! Waylon sees this and changes tactics, angrily hauling Amelia to her feet and going for the Consequences, perhaps on the toolbox, but Amelia manages to slip free, landing behind him and trying to lock in the Blight Choke!

Sharper: “Blight Choke! James got spiked on his head by Luz! If Amelia can get this hold fully locked in, Waylon may be about to taste his first direct defeat!”

Waylon falls to a knee as he fights valiantly to keep the Blight Choke from being fully locked in, but Amelia is persistent. She reaches over, grabbing the screwdriver James had used to bust her open before driving it into Waylon’s forehead with a couple of shots, trying to weaken his fight so she can get the submission fully applied. Luz is slowly rising to her feet and goes to push James out of the ring, but he suddenly grabs her and, in a shocking burst of adrenaline, gets to his feet with Luz on his shoulders before dropping her onto Amelia and Waylon with the Mark of Ruin! He collapses right after, still dazed from being spiked onto a chair as all four lie in a heap, Waylon being on his stomach preventing Aaron Demitra from making any official count.

Sharper: “James Evans making the save with the Mark of Ruin, driving Luz into Amelia, but he might’ve crushed Waylon in the process!”

Knots: “And Waylon’s actual partner in this match might be about to pick up the pieces!”

The fans are buzzing as Derek Adonis slowly pulls himself into the ring, still looking a bit bloody and in pain but able to stand. He surveys the scene, realizing that everybody’s down. Adonis carefully grabs both Luz and Amelia, going to roll them over to potentially attempt a pin, but he pauses as he looks down at Waylon and James. A grin appears on his lips as he suddenly ‘trips,’ falling to his back and pulling Amelia and Luz on top of himself! William Heaven lets out a very audible “NO!” as he reaches into the ring to grab Aaron Demitra’s leg, but Demitra slides into a position where Heaven can’t reach him.

Demitra signals for the bell as “In the Name of Love” by Arion feat. Cyan Kicks hits again, the fans on their feet as Adonis rolls out of the ring and pulls Luz and Amelia out to the floor with him.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, and STILL SCW World Tag Team Champions… The Light In The Darkness!”

Adonis retrieves Luz and Amelia’s entrance gear as well as Luz’s interim U.S. Title belt, setting it beside them as they begin to stir. He again hands them the travel brochure he gave them earlier, winking to them before he slowly starts heading up the ramp. Waylon and James are stirring in the ring, and hearing the music for The Light In The Darkness has them on the verge of going ballistic.

Sharper: “Derek Adonis could have had this match won, but he gave it up to screw over the Fall of Man!”

Knots: “You think he’d really want to be champions with Waylon? After getting dropped on his head and put on the shelf? After he and James took him out of this match?”

Sharper: “I doubt Luz and Amelia would’ve preferred to win this way, but the fact remains that they are still the SCW World Tag Team Champions. That said, I’m certain this bitter issue is far from over.”

Knots: “I’d say Adonis won tonight as well! Yeah, he technically lost the match, but in doing so he screwed over Waylon and maybe showed Luz and Amelia what they could expect if they decide to visit KABLAMia!”

As Adonis reaches the top of the stage, he spreads his arms out wide and yells out a hearty “KABLAM!” He heads to the back just as CHBK steps onto the stage, motioning for officials and security to rush the ring as Waylon and James try to exit to go after either Adonis or The Light In The Darkness! The mass of humanity gets in the way and restrains them as Aaron Demitra helps Luz and Amelia to their feet, handing them their Tag Title belts and raising their arms in victory. They slowly back up the ramp with all their stuff, bloody and in pain, as CHBK and medical staff meet them halfway and start checking on them, but Luz and Amelia keep glaring daggers at the Fall of Man, who return the glares as William Heaven tries to demand that his team stop being restrained…
