“Supreme Championship Wrestling...”

A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.

“The leading force in sports and entertainment today....”

MAIN SHOW:

“Psycho in my Head” by Skillet plays as we see a shot of Selena Frost standing on the stage, about to the run to the ring. We then see shots of Bree Lancaster hitting someone with the Rectifier and Simon Lyman posing with his arms out.

Maybe I'm just paranoid
Or maybe I'm just livin' a lie
Can't stop this screamin' voice
Or maybe I'm just sick inside

Shots of Kandis hitting Gratuitous on an opponent, before showing Rated X posing as SCW World Tag Team Champions. Katie Steward is next shown posing, before we see David Striker diving over the top rope and Josh Hudson standing on the stage, smiling. Shots of Chance Owens, Simon Lyman and the European Fiery Nation follow, superimposed over the Breakdown logo.

This is the face
I hate the other side of me
Out of this cage
He breaks to take the life from me
Tell me, tell me, tell me
I'm not crazy

Syren is shown hitting Xander Valentine with the Total Makeover before showing the Shinigami Foundation standing in the ring talking to the crowd. Glory Braddock is next shown hitting the London Plunge before we see The One Kirsten Scott proudly holding the SCW Television Championship. WASLEY is next shown as Kimberly Williams is seen smirking. The Breakdown logo flashes on the screen.

There's a psycho in my head
I'm closer to the edge
Makin' me feel like I'm livin' in misery, misery
Insane
These voices in my brain
Starting to feel like it's gonna be the death of me, death of me

Gavin Taylor hitting the Gavin Taylor Lariat on an opponent is next, before we see Magical Cosmic Princess YUYO making her entrance. Konrad Raab punching Ace Marshall in a steel cage is shown next, before we see Light in the Darkness hitting Wisteria Waltz against an opponent. Lexy Chapel is then shown showing off Syren. Amy Chastaine posing follows before we see James Evans powerbombing La Pequena Luz off the top rope.

There's a psycho in my, there's a psycho in my head

Shots of Deanna Frost, Ryan LeCavalier, Waylon Creek, Xander Valentine, and Syren are shown before the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the Madison Square Garden in New York City. The crowd cheers as pyro shoots out from the base of the stage. The display continues for a few moments before spotlights circle the arena and the cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.

Sharper: “We are in the world’s most famous arena with the fallout from Dogfight in Dusseldorf on tap!”

The cameras continue to pan the crowd before we cut to ringside and the announce position where Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots sit.

Sharper: “Welcome to ringside, alongside Jonathan Knots. I’m Adam Sharper and tonight should be an interesting one.”

Knots: “You’re telling me. Fall of Man have all of the stroke now. They won at Dogfight in Dusseldorf and that means they get to call their shots. They get to get what they want.”

Sharper: “Plenty more to unpack there, but also, Xander Valentine still the World Champion. We expect to hear from him tonight. And that’s far from all. Some big matches here tonight. Selena Frost will be in action against Adam Brock. And Kimberly Willaims and Syren to go at it.”

Knots: “Ready to ride, everyone. This is gonna be a wild one.”

“I am Damnation” by Bleed from Within plays as the New York crowd roars. A few moments pass before we see William Heaven walk out from the back, a smirk on his face. Waylon Creek walks out with him and stands next to him, arms folded across his chest. James Evans walks out next followed by Giovanni Aries. Billy Heaven Jr. walks out from the back, very gingerly, a neck brace around his neck. He holds his hand up.

Knots: “We won’t be waiting long.”

Sharper: “It doesn’t seem so. The gloating may start early! Fall of Man outlasting Light in the Darkness and Dangerous Minds in the Tactical Warfare match.”

Knots: “And Dumont, Striker, Luz, Amelia, they brought it, but Fall of Man just too much of a unit. Too much!”

The Fall of Man walks down to the ring, the cameras following them as they walk down. Billy takes the rear, taking more time, walking down gingerly. William Heaven walks up the steel steps into the ring. Giovanni rolls in and slowly gets up as Waylon pulls himself up and into the ring. James Evans walks up the steps and into the ring. Heaven walks across the ring and asks for a microphone from SCW ring announcer, Jason Phillips. Cameras catch Billy reaching the ring and very gingerly, lifting his leg onto the apron and pulling himself up, awkwardly and slowly rolling into the ring, holding his neck brace. He then starts to get up. Heaven turns back as the music fades out.

Heaven: “Supreme Championship Wrestling…the first day of the rest of your life is on the horizon.”

The crowd roars as Heaven looks around.

Heaven: “We told you that this could not be stopped. They tried. Damn it, they tried. But this is one of those things that is inevitable. We are united and with a common goal….to get what is deserved for all of us here. We were done waiting. Allow me to remind the world what we were done waiting for…”

Heaven turns to James Evans.

Heaven: “James Evans, a former World Champion. A Taking Hold of the Flame winner. A man who deserves to be hailed in the same breath as other legends. And he is not. And he is a dominant figure in this sport. He will be dominating again.”

Heaven turns to Giovanni Aries.

Heaven: “Giovanni Aries…a man who had the courage to say what needed to be said. To have fought against corruption and the judgement of foolish people. A winner of the Taking Hold of the Flame winner. A man who deserved so much better.”

Heaven turns and walks over to Waylon Creek.

Heaven: “Waylon Creek…the future of this sport. Period. Bar none. The true Star of Tomorrow. The Rookie of the Year. And the man who when 2025 is over, will be synonymous with this sport!”

Heaven then turns and looks at Billy Heaven Jr.

Heaven: “And with my son Billy learning from these men, who knows what he may accomplish. Already a Trios Tournament winner.”

Billy then comes over and winces as he grabs his next, grabbing the microphone.

Billy Jr.: “Damn right. All the rizz right here, baddies. Come and take your shot!”

Billy Jr. winces again.

Heaven: “And had we just gotten what was deserved…the talent that has accumulated here…to get what was needed, then a war would not have been required. But-“

White Zombie’s “I’m your Boogieman” then starts to play as the crowd roars again. We then see David Striker walk out from the back, joined by Chris Dumont. Striker has a microphone in his hand. Irvine and Kyle Gibson walk out with them. The crowd roars.

Heaven: “Gentlemen…you should stop right there.”

Striker: “Oh, we’re just getting started. Tonight, William Heaven, Fall of Man, is the first day of the rest of YOUR lives.”

The crowd roars.

Striker: “And while you can sucker punch Chris in the back of the head, we don’t have a problem caving in yours while you watch!”

Heaven: “And you even think about that, I make sure that the only Dangerous Minds around here is the idiot fan who thinks he can be a big man and runs into the ring, only to end up waking up in the hospital with no recollection of how he got there. You and Chris need to realize that you had your battle and your failed.”

Striker: “Oh, I’ll admit we came up short at Tactical Warfare. And speaking of short, how’s Billy feeling. Can he still look over the dashboard when he’s sat in James Evans’s lap?”

The crowd ohs as James rolls his eyes. Billy Heaven Jr. points to him and then turns to William Heaven.

Heaven: “Shut up boy. He’s goading you.”

Striker: “Damn right I am. And he’s still walking, so Chris wants to try it again and see if we can fix that. And I’m all for it. Because nothing, as far as I’m concerned as settled, except that you managed to get one shot, and I’ll grant whatever BS you want to throw out there, but when that’s done, we’re still here and we’re coming for your jugular to spill the blood of man all over God’s playground, that ring!”

Heaven: “You should be returning to the backstage area and watching like the good boys you are. You can keep acting like you have a fight to wage, but I just see two people who can’t recognize that they don’t deserve the world. You’ve lost, and you need to earn your fight back here. Maybe take some time, go back to whatever hospital it was, spend some more time this weekend with your girlfriend. Give her a Valentine’s Day weekend to forget about everything she has lost because she’s not built for this sport.”

Dumont just turns away, holding the microphone to his mouth.

Dumont: “Maybe we make you the next target. I owe YOU one!”

Dumont then starts to head to the ring as Striker starts to follow, joined by Irvine and Gibson. They get only half way as La Pequena Luz and Amelia Nevado run out and stop them. The crowd gives a mixed reaction as Striker points to the ring. Dumont tries to get past, but Luz stops Dumont while Amelia tries to stop Striker.

Heaven: “Your allies…you should listen to them. Because remember, we hold all of the cards right now. That’s thanks to our win in Germany.”

Dumont and Striker look at the ring as Luz and Amelia keep trying to stop them.

Heaven: “Do you not want to hear what awaits? Luz and Amelia do.”

Luz and Amelia glance back.

Heaven: “Because they now know that you two, Dumont and Striker, are pushed aside.”

Luz turns and yells at the ring.

Luz: “We can still choose our schedule!”

Heaven: “You may…but then again, we can dictate terms. So Dumont and Striker can continue to act like two animals who are no better than what they accuse us of being, or they can stop and think. Because Luz, Amelia, Fall of Man will get their World Tag Team Championship shots at Retribution.”

The crowd roars.

Heaven: “And Dangerous Minds can face the winner after….but only if they do one thing…They can’t touch anyone here unless booked in legitimate standard singles match.”

The crowd boos as David and Chris look in the ring, glaring at hole at Heaven. Billy nods as James Evans and Giovanni Aries look on.

Heaven: “Thank Giovanni for that idea. You’re too motivated by greed, anger, and lust. You need clarity.”

Striker: “Giovanni Aries needs my boot in his skull!”

Heaven: “And if CHBK books that match, we will meet you in the ring and you will have an opportunity to try.”

Giovanni Aries smirks as he leans over.

Aries: “So much anger…you need peace, David.”

Striker: “Yeah, a piece of you-“

Heaven: “Shall we move on. Because we also don’t want to delay the inevitable. Light in the Darkness can be fighting tag champions again, but Luz, you are also the interim US Champion.”

Heaven looks at Luz as Luz steps up.

Heaven: “I apologize for the short notice…but I have arranged for you to defend that title tonight, here in Madison Square Garden. Take it as a gift. An opportunity to fight in the real US champion’s hometown. She may even be pulling for you if her psyche isn’t too rattled.”

Luz looks on as she awaits the other shoe to drop.

Heaven: “And Luz, don’t worry…The Fall of Man is going to showcase the future…because tonight, you will defend your title…against my son, Billy Heaven Jr.!”

The crowd roars as Billy Heaven Jr. even turns, stunned. Waylon Creek’s demeanour changes as Luz turns to Amelia. Amelia turns to the ring.

Amelia: “He’s clearly injured!”

Heaven: “He will see you later tonight.”

Luz then turns and David Striker looks at her. Dumont steps up.

Dumont: “Destroy him.”

Luz glances back.

Sharper: “Billy Heaven Jr. to challenge La Pequena Luz for the SCW United States Championship tonight? Look at him.”

Knots: “He’s tougher than he looks!”

Sharper: “And Dumont and Striker telling Luz to just take him out. Luz…there’s an honour to the ring. And if he’s injured…What is Heaven’s angle here?”

The scene cuts away.

Backstage, Jaina Lancaster is standing by in the backstage area.

Jaina: “A wild start here on Breakdown. Meanwhile, I am waiting for Selena Frost to arrive in her locker room. She is here, but has yet to enter the building and-“

Jaina turns as Selena Frost walks into the building, wearing a surprisingly light coat for the temperature and weather.

Jaina: “Selena, can I get a word? You left Blake Mason bloodied at Dogfight in Dusseldorf and he’s now announced he is leaving SCW, what-“

Selena: “What did he say?”

Jaina: “He’s leaving SCW.”

Selena pauses for a moment, letting it register. She then nods.

Selena: “Good. If he ever shows up again, he’ll leave in an ambulance. You do NOT go after my family.”

Jaina: “Understood and rightfully so, but what is next-“

Selena stops Jaina.

Selena: “Next is beating Adam Brock. And after that…”

Jaina: “Your rematch?”

Selena: “We’ll see. Maybe I just don’t feel like a rerun.”

Selena turns and heads past Jaina. The crowd buzzes.

Jaina: “Selena will be in action later tonight. She faces Adam Brock. That and much more to come here tonight on Breakdown! Don’t go anywhere!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we open up backstage in the Fall of Man’s locker room.

Billy Jr.: “Yo, pops, I didn’t think you trusted me with things. Looks like you’re comin’ around. Now if we can just keep it going and we can have the Baddie World Tour come for a stop right here…”

Billy points to himself.

Billy Jr.: “With the World Title…that trios contract going to be lit. I tell you that. You giving me the confidence. See…ya realized ya have the future right here.”

Billy walks over to Waylon.

Billy: “No offense, kid. But ya can stand in my light. I’ll let ya!”

Heaven: “Billy! Yes, I trust you with this. We have a shot at the interim US Championship. That was the plan all along. I wanted to give you your chance!”

Billy: “See, pops, you came around! I got this. Now I see why you had me checked out by Dr. Kokkinakis. And keeping it all on the down-low out there. Not saying much about me. Did you see the look on her face? That shock, I could see it a mile away, even with the mask. That’s what happens when I give them baddies a ride around the world. I give them back their faith in men. Too bad no one can measure up with me.”

James just looks at Billy, clearly annoyed.

Heaven: “Just get ready. Do what you to need to do? I even have Harold here. Just to make sure you’re ready to go. He’ll help you get warmed up.”

Billy Jr.: “Done. And when I’m champ…party in Time’s Square. I’ll get you all laid! Shiz!”

Billy heads off as Heaven watches him leave. He then turns to James and James nods. Heaven turns to Waylon Creek.

Heaven: “Time for us to move up the timeline.”

Heaven pats Creek on the shoulder as the scene cuts away.

Sharper: “What does that mean?”

Knots: “Well if Billy is getting a shot…maybe they’re all being more aggressive!”

Wil Pierce vs. Polly Pingotti

The lights completely go out as the voice of Wilhelm Dafoe starts to speak through the darkness.

Dafoe: “This was a bomb dropping on Beaver Cleaverville. For a few seconds, this place was Armageddon! There was a FIREFIGHT!!!”

At the end of those words, the lights explode back on as the opening chords of Blacktop Mojo’s “Burn The Ships” start to play throughout the arena. The savage figure of the “Blackheart” Wil Pierce steps out onto the entrance way while being flanked by the other members of the Shinigami Foundation as the crowd explodes with a massive wall of mixed reactions, leaning a bit more towards the booing side.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, being escorted to the ring by Dante Slayton and Alex Belmont, representing the Shinigami Foundation, from New Orleans, Louisiana..”

Phillips pauses as the words of Wil’s entrance song become loud.

Can you hear Valhalla call?
Will you dine there tonight?
Take this fleet that we sailed here upon
And set it all alight

Burn the ships and watch them all sink down
There’s no voyage home, there’s no turning around
So as you look into your enemies’ eyes
Know that you’ve one choice left: Fight or die!

The trio start to make their way down to the ring, Dante being his usual “suspicious” self and keeping an eye out for anything while Wil high fives the occasional fan before he steps up onto the ring apron and wipes his boots off before he enters the ring properly. Once he is he moves to the center of the ring and thumps his right peck hard a couple of times before slowly raising his right fist high into the air while looking up at it as well.

Phillips: “He is the man most commonly known as the “Stardust Genius”, the “Last TRUE Honest Man in Professional Wrestling”, “El Ingobernale” and most importantly, he is the “Albert Wesker of Luchadores”... he is the blacksest soul in SCW, at two hundred and fifty five pounds… The Blackheart… Wil Pierce!!!”

Wil then unzips his ring coat which he then yanks off and tosses over to Alex before he moves over to his corner and becomes simply focused on getting ready for the match he is about to have as his music fades out.

Knots: “Well that was quite an entrance. For someone that got damn close to getting his butt kicked by Chris Lawler out in Dusseldorf.”

Sharper: “Wil did win the match.”

Knots: “But he didn’t look like a winner. I also question the sudden reappearance of Alex Belmont. I thought he was kicked out of the Foundation.”

Sharper: “Apparently not. Maybe we will learn more soon enough, but tonight, right now, Wil has an opponent that has proven that she is a very tough out. Much tougher than what she used to be. She will need that toughness tonight, facing off the man here that is basically double her size.

Wil turns now to face the stage. There is a bit of a delay which makes Wil begin to wonder where Polly is. It is then when the lights dim some and the usual coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot. A few seconds pass, but instead of the open field showing on the SCW tron, the tron shows a still of Polly with her bright green eyes, noticeably her shoulders completely bare. When her eyes finally blink, her head goes down and the tron goes back to black. A few more seconds pass which is when an open field is shown up on the SCW tron. A flock of birds rise up from the tall grass and fly away as the sound of a piano can be heard playing, leading into the opening of "Bird Set Free" by Sia. The moment the opening words are heard, Polly steps out from the back wearing a red skirt and red halter top, which immediately catches the attention of everyone in attendance. Polly moves up to stand at the forefront on the stage, allowing all of the eyes to be on her. She then partially turns and looks up at the tron to see one straggling bird rise up from the grass all by its lonesome. Polly admires the one small bird that begins to fly away now too until Sia reaches the chorus, which is when she turns around as a pair of pyros mixed with both pink and red goe off on each side of the entranceway. The nearest camera catches her piercing bright green eyes as she begins to walk down the ramp and down to the ring.

Jason Phillips: “And his opponent, making her way to the ring, from Panguitch, Utah, happy and free, Polly Pingotti!!!”

Polly’s smile is not on her face tonight. She looks extremely focused, ready to tend to the task at hand. She can hear the usual mix of cheers and boos, leaning more towards cheers than boos. She does give one full look around the arena before she slides into the ring under the bottom rope. Once inside the ring she stands right up, closes her eyes, and presents a flying motion. She opens her eyes back up and light on her feet chooses a corner of the ring to warm up in. With her arms now back at her sides, her focus builds even more on the fight that she is about to go through.

Sharper: “That was like a one-up there, Polly holding in the back, making Wil wait. And the change in her wardrobe, far different from the pastel pink and purple she usually wears.”

Knots: “I know she’s married, but she does look the most stunning we have ever seen her. The crowd shares my sentiment. That loss to Ryan in Germany definitely stung. That was clear right away when Destiny Page tried to interview her in the back that night, only for Marissa Swanson to step in and do the quick interview.”

Sharper: “Yeah. Between Germany and here, Polly has mostly stayed off to herself. Normally she would be one to attend the media events, but before tonight, not so much.”

Referee Aaron Demitra calls for the bell and to everyone’s shock, Polly doesn’t hold back like she normally would. She runs right at Wil, ramming her head right into his gut. Wil backs up and holds his arms up, indicating to Demitra that he needs a few seconds. The few seconds are granted. Wil then moves to the far side of the ring, with Polly glaring right at him.

Knots: “Jesus. If looks could kill.”

Wil nods and then gestures for Polly to come at him again, to hit him. Demitra gets out of the way, but this time Polly doesn’t give Wil what he wants. Polly stands completely still, so Wil makes the next move instead, going for a forearm strike. Polly ducks and spins, but Wil locks and loads another one, this time finding his target. Polly is knocked down. Wil nods, goes and gets a running start and looks to place his boot on Polly’s head for a curbstomp, but Polly rolls out of the way. She comes up right to her feet and points to her head, her eyes now looking an icier green color. Wil shakes his head and then goes for a clothesline from hell. Polly sees it coming, bends down to her knees and pulls down the top rope. Wil’s momentum carries him over the top rope but he is able to hold himself on the apron. However as he turns back around, Polly pops back up to her feet, reaches up and wraps her right arm around his neck before dropping the back of his neck right onto the top rope. This causes Wil to lose his balance and fall to the outside as the crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Innovative. That is one way to get a bigger man down. I’m starting to wonder if Polly has taken some hidden lessons, potentially from Swanson?”

Knots: “Don’t know. It was Selena Frost who first told her to not fight harder, but instead smarter. She absolutely needs to do that here in this one.”

Wil partially begins to get up and is actually wearing a grin on his face, despite what just happened.

Knots: “I probably don’t even want to know why he’s grinning.”

Polly looks down and then suddenly turns around and bounces herself off against the far side ropes. On the rebound she leaps up into the air, up and over the top rope and takes flight with a breathtaking Bird Set Free, landing right down on top of Wil.

Crowd: “HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!!!”

Sharper: “Listen to this crowd! Polly got ALL of that one!”

Knots: “Now Wil DEFINITELY has no reason to grin!”

Demitra looks down at both as the crowd is at a very loud murmur. He begins a ten count.

1!

2!

Polly is the first to move as she rolls off of Wil. Her green eyes are totally wide as she looks at him.

3!

4!

Wil now stirs. Polly nods one time and retreats back into the ring. Wil comes up to his feet at the count of 5 and is able to turn around and roll back into the ring right at the count of 6. Demitra allows both to continue. Polly immediately comes forward and goes to wrap her arms around him, but Wil this time pushes her off and away. A look comes into his eyes and both now coldly stare at one another. Wil stomps towards her. Polly turns but Wil is able to grab her and get her into a bear hug. He doesn’t hold onto her for long though as he drops her head onto his knee, hitting Madame Guillotine. The crowd ohs and boos some. Polly lays flat on her back on the canvas and Wil simply goes and covers her.

1!

2!

Polly kicks out. However Wil doesn’t even give her a chance to move away from him. He picks her partially up and hits a snap German suplex, making sure that Polly’s back hits the canvas hard. Polly’s back actually bounces off the canvas. But Wil isn’t done. He keeps her locked and hits a second snap German suplex. Polly’s back smacks the surface of the ring again. She looks to be shaking a little.

Sharper: “Uh oh. Wil is smelling blood in the water. Polly can’t take another of those suplexes.”

Wil finds himself grinning again as he goes to bring her up for a third one. Only this time Polly struggles in his clutches. She looks around and reaches her hands out, able to grab hold of the nearest set of ropes. Wil goes to rip her off, but Polly’s grasp on the ropes is very strong. Referee Demitra calls for a rope break. Wil rolls his eyes but lets her go, but not before ripping at Polly’s legs, bringing her down to the canvas the hard way. The crowd boos as Wil puts up his right hand into the air. With Polly off the ropes, Wil stays right behind her. As Polly slowly begins to stand, he spins her right around and elbow strikes her right on top of the head. This bends Polly’s head over, leaving her ripe for the pickings for Wil to shove Polly’s head in between her legs. He looks around and easily lifts Polly up into the air. It is up in the air that one of the cameras catches a glimpse of Polly’s green eyes, which are completely open. She is looking towards the timekeeper’s table.

Knots: “What is she looking at? She’s in big trouble!”

Wil looks to go and land the Final Vent, but it’s almost like Polly is letting him do it. Polly wraps her legs around him and when her back hits the canvas, she quickly moves her legs up and traps them right around Wil’s neck, wrapping them all the way around to his throat, like a cobra. Wil’s eyes go wide and the look in Polly’s eyes and the look on her face say it all. She is SEETHING. Demitra can see the chokehold that Polly is applying with her legs and immediately begins a 5 count.

1!

2!

3!

4!

Polly removes her legs at the last possible second to avoid the disqualification. She rolls over once and then slowly comes up to her feet as Wil feels at his throat.

Knots: “Oh my god! She could have taken his breath away!

As Wil recovers, Polly has already plotted her next move. She is breathing hard and fast and is standing not far behind Wil. As Wil goes to come up a bit, it is Polly that connects with a curbstomp of her own.

Sharper: “Head Turner! Wil failed on his earlier. She got him! The tide can turn that quick. All it takes is to get Polly angry.”

Knots: “I’m not sure that’s what Wil wants here.”

Polly screams out but does not go to turn Wil over for a cover. She just stands there, waiting again for him to begin to rise. When he finally does, Polly suddenly comes in and sits on the small of Wil’s back. She goes back to his throat with her left arm. Wil focuses on trying to remove Polly’s left arm, but as he does, she uses her free right hand to pull Wil’s big right leg up into the air, as far as she can. Wil is actually grimacing, but also laughing some too as he is able to weaken the grip of Polly’s left arm. As he does, Polly looks like she wants to snap Wil’s leg, but Wil is stronger than that and now is able to roll over just enough to get Polly to let go. Polly pounds the mat in frustration.

Sharper: “Now he has what he wants. Polly’s angry and frustrated. Can he take advantage?”

Polly angrily gets back to her feet. Wil gets up as well, a bit gingerly. Polly turns and runs against the far side ropes. As she rebounds, Wil is able to think for himself and line up and drill Polly with the Event Horizon. He doesn’t land it flush and he does reach for his right leg for a moment. He then drapes himself over Polly. Demitra comes over to count.

1!

2!

Thr-

Polly rolls her right shoulder before the third hand can come down. A lot of the crowd looks to be in shock, as do Sharper and Knots at the announce desk.

Knots: “How did that not end it?”

Sharper: “Even though he was grabbing at his leg, he got a pretty good amount of that kick. I guess not quite enough! Polly is proving herself to be what Ryan found out… a VERY tough out!”

Polly rolls over and is breathing even harder and faster now. Wil is down on the mat. He slowly is going towards the closest set of ropes in order to pull himself up. Polly does the same on the other side of the ring and is able to get to her feet first. She then runs at Wil. Wil turns around exactly at the wrong moment, with Polly successfully spearing him down! The crowd ohs. Polly, working on adrenaline, comes right back up to her feet. She then carefully ascends to the top of the nearest turnbuckle, steadies herself, and waits for Wil to come partially to his feet. The second he does, Polly holds her arms out, closes her eyes and takes flight for the second time in the match. Wil turns and walks right into a second Bird Set Free. This one looks to take the wind out of his sails.

Sharper: “That one was just as good as the first one.”

Knots: “I don’t know about that. But it’s effective. Wil is once again down and that looks like it took stuff out of him.”

Polly looks like she is going to pin him, but then her eyes narrow. Instead she stands, grabs for Wil’s head and shoves it in between her legs. Polly grabs Wil’s arms and plants his head right into the canvas.

Knots: “Polly Pop.”

Sharper: “That probably wasn’t necessary.”

Polly grunts out loud and rolls Wil over before sitting on his chest and hooking up both of his legs. Demitra is in position.

1!

2!

3!!

The bell rings as “Bird Set Free” begins to play throughout Madison Square Garden.

Sharper: “Polly just made a statement there.”

Knots: “I think she made more than just one. She took down one of the biggest men on the roster. She took a good amount of punishment but fought back.”

Sharper: “Yep. If anyone is still viewing her as weak, that might not be such a good idea.”

Polly stands up and begins to go to head out of the ring. Demitra asks her to raise her hand. Polly shakes her head and actually respectfully but in a deep tone says “No”. Demitra nods, seemingly understanding as Polly now rolls out of the ring and begins to head to the back. Wil stirs in the ring and then nods after he finds himself looking up at the bright lights. Just then,
Unchained” by Van Halen plays. The crowd looks on before starting to roar as we see Meghan Strader walk out from the back, joined by Veronica Strader, Cara Strader, Victoria Strader, Tamika Strader and Mackenzie Strader. The crowd cheers more as they all look around. They then head to the ring. Polly looks around and then looks at them before then suddenly lunging forward, assuming the Straders are coming for her. She nails Veronica with a shot before nailing Cara only for Meghan to clothesline her down. The crowd ohs. Polly rolls. The Straders quickly move to the ring as Meghan grabs Polly and rolls her into the ring.

Sharper: “The entire Strader Family is here! They’re here in New York City!”

Knots: “And Polly assumed the worst! Why would you take them all on!”

Sharper: “And they’re sending her back to the ring!”

The crowd roars as Belmont and Slayton enter the ring. Pierce stirs as Polly rolls over and Meghan gets up and runs over to Polly and nails her with a hard right and then another. Veronica goes after Belmont as Cara goes after Slayton. Victoria goes after Pierce as Tamika and Mackenzie stand back watching and admiring. The crowd roars as the Straders start a brawl with all eight trading blows.

Sharper: “My God! The Straders have come back and just started another dust-up.”

Knots: “Can they do anything else?”

Sharper: “I don’t know if they planned a fight, but looks like they’re happy to have one! What a brawl here on Breakdown!”

The eight continue to trade blows as the New York crowd cheers loudly. Officials run down to the ring and start to try and break it up as the scene fades out.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage we see La Pequena Luz and Amelia Nevado talking to CHBK and Dr. Okafor, the SCW Head Trainer, in CHBK’s office.

Luz: “Is this legitimate? How is he okay?”

CHBK: “Curt…you went over it?”

Okafor: “Nothing we can question. It’s clear he’s in pain, but pain isn’t enough to keep him out of the ring. If that was the case…”

Amelia looks at Luz.

Luz: “After the last few months…I can’t even have a leg to stand there.”

Amelia: “He’s still wearing his brace?!”

Okafor: “I don’t know if he needs it. Maybe it’s to draw sympathy. He is a character.”

CHBK: “All I know is that we demanded the medicals Heaven claimed to have. If I don’t have a way to doubt it-“

Okafor: “I checked the credentials. They are legitimate. They’re an orthopedic surgeon. They know it better than me.”

CHBK: “He’s asked to use it. He even told me he wants to avoid keeping Asher waiting in the wings. I think that’s a bit rich, but Luz…I have few options, especially if you’re not willing to say something.”

Okafor: “I have nothing I can question.”

Amelia: “You know Heaven’s doing this. Knowing you may be distracted. We always go by the rules. We don’t want to hurt something…”

Luz: “James…he’s right there.”

Amelia: “Maybe even gave him the idea.”

Luz sighs.

Amelia: “I’ll follow and support you whatever you do.”

Luz: “I guess I’m defending my title.”

The crowd roars. Luz sighs as she and Amelia head off.

Oskar Theron vs. Religious Wright

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a ten minute time limit. First, from The Sword of Joshua Full Gospel Pentecostal Temple of Joy Holiness by way of Mt. Judea, Arknasas, he is RELIGIOUS WRIGHT!

“I Can Only Imagine” by MercyMe begins to play. Religious Wright steps out onto the stage wearing a black robe and carrying his Holy Book in his right hand. Along the way down the aisle he stops by some fans. He presses his hand to the foreheads of some fans and shouts “BE HEALED IN THE NAME OF THE LAWD!” Still other fans he throws Holy Water at them and shouts “BE GONE FOUL DEMON FROM THIS SERVANT IN THE NAME OF THE LAWD!” Religious Wright then ascends the steel steps and enters the ring. He steps to the center of the ring and holds up his Holy Book and shouts “CAN I GET AN AMEN MY BROTHAS AND SISTAS OF THE LAWD?!”

Sharper: “Religious Wright about to be in action-“

Knots: “He’s been happier as of late. He’s told me he likes how things are changing in America. He feels he can make even more money!”

Ride The Lightning” by Metallica plays over the sound system as Oskar walks through the curtain, holding up his Norwegian flag, wearing Norway flame lightning bolt flag trousers with The European Fiery Nation logo attached to his trousers, wearing MMA gloves and wrestling boots with Ginny Raab behind him. He gets many boos as he walks to the ring, ignoring the fans. He stands on the ramp, using the lightning bolt signals.

Phillips: “From Oslo, Norway, accompanied by Ginny Raab, he is Oskar Theron!”

He walks to the ring before sliding under the ropes before holding them open for Ginny to get in, and he goes on the turnbuckle to do his lightning bolt sign, with Ginny applauding Oskar before he puts himself in a corner. He holds the ropes open again for Ginny to leave the ring before turning to the opposite end of the corner of looking at his opponent, waiting for the match to begin.

Sharper: “Oskar Theron in singles action. In Dusseldorf, he got the pin for his team. The European Fiery Nation defeated The Shining Maidens in six person tag action.”

Knots: “Now he has to take on a man from God. Europe has a history there. I hope he doesn’t cause a schism!”

The bell sounds. Theron steps out as Wright looks at him. He then steps up and the two lock up in the middle of the ring. Theron turns into a side headlock. Wright pulls him into the ropes and fires him off. Theron bounces off and shoulders Wright down. He turns into the ropes. Wright rolls toward him. Theron hops over and bounces of the other side. Wright turns and goes for a leapfrog, but Theron stops and Wright lands in front of him. Theron then hits a dropkick. The crowd roars. Both get up and Theron forearms him in the jaw once and then again before whipping him into the ropes. Wright bounces off and Theron hits a jumping leg lariat. He then runs into the ropes, jumping to the middle rope and diving back with a European uppercut, catching Wright as he gets up. He goes for the pin.

Wright kicks out. Theron then grabs him and drags him up. He whips him into the corner. He then runs after and hits a backflip kick off the chest of Wright.

Sharper: “And Theron with the agility. Jumping off the chest of Wright and into a backflip.”

Knots: “See, I’d put that for God. God making sure he landed well.”

Wright staggers out and turns and Theron snapmares him over. He then runs into the ropes, bouncing off and hitting a diving leg lariat. He turns and goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Wright kicks out again. Theron gets up and walks around the ring. Wright slowly gets up and Theron comes over to him, but Wright lifts him up and hits a hot shot. Theron falls back, holding his throat. He starts to get up and Wright nails him with a hard right and then another and another before whipping him into the ropes. Theron bounces off and Wright hits a spinning heel kick. He goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Theron kicks out. Both get up and Theron staggers up only to turn into Theron who runs at him and hits a slingblade. Wright then gets up and throws his arms in the air.

Sharper: “Wright turning it around. A nice volley-“

Knots: “Now he’s hoping to get some help from God. Feel the lord empower you! And the money go into your bank accounts! I heard Wright just got a new hot tub for his ministry.”

Wright exits to the apron and then starts to climb up to the top rope. He gets to the top rope and goes for the Leap of Faith, but Theron moves out of the way. The crowd ohs. Theron gets up as Wright stirs, holding his face. He turns to Theron who then kicks him in the ribs, places his head between his legs. He hoists him up and turns and hits a spinning sitout powerbomb. The crowd ohs. Theron rolls back and moves to the corner. He climbs up the turnbuckle and goes to the top rope. The crowd roars. He then dives off with a no-look senton bomb onto Wright. The crowd ohs again. Theron rolls through as Religious Wright holds his ribs in pain.

Sharper: “Not even looking-“

Knots: “That was a leap of faith!”

Sharper: “And it connected!”

Theron watches as Wright rolls over, holding his stomach in pain. He gets up and Theron jumps to the middle rope and dives back with the Diamond Bolt Cutter. Wright rolls over, holding his face in pain. Theron gets up and raises his arm in the air. Ginny waves his flag in response. Theron then waits as Wright staggers up, holding his head now and he turns to Theron who grabs him. Theron then looks around and hits the Lightning Bolt Zap. The crowd ohs. Theron hooks the leg.

Sharper; “The moonsault uranage! The Lightning Bolt Zap!”

Knots: “Religious Wright had no clue where that was going.”

1!

2!

3!

The bell sounds. The crowd roars. Theron rolls off and gets up. The official raises his arm.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Oskar Theron!”

Sharper: “And Theron successful here in his singles debut!”

Knots: “Norway has to be proud!”

Ginny enters the ring and hands Theron his flag. Theron then starts to wave the flag as his music plays. He enjoys his victory as the scene fades out.

Breakdown returns as we see the Revolutions Per Minute logo up on the screen, alongside the Retribution Logo.

Sharper: “Folks, a big weekend coming up for SCW related action. March 7 and 8, the Strader Family will be holding the Revolutions Per Minute event. A huge tag tournament including teams outside of SCW. Winning team gets a shot at the World Tag Team Championship at a later date.”

Knots: “Yea and from there, we go to San Antonio for Retribution! SCW bringing a lot of action everywhere we go!”

The logos remain on the screen for several moments before we cut away.

The first chords of “Immortal” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play over the PA system. The crowd roars as Glory Braddock walks out from the back. She looks around the arena and pauses for a moment, taking in the reaction.

Sharper: “And there is the now former Adrenaline Champion. Glory Braddock and Dexter Grant fought in Dusseldorf, and Grant walked away victorious.”

Knots: “Yeah, and that ended Glory’s reign, but she’s out here.”

Sharper: “I’m sure she has something to say about it.”

Braddock walks down the entrance way and to the ring. The NYC crowd cheers her as she walks over to the steel steps, walks up them and then wipes her feet before stepping through into the ring. She looks around before then going over to the corner, asking for a microphone. Phillips hands her one and she turns back to the middle of the ring. The crowd cheers her as her music fades out.

Braddock: “Thank you for the welcome, New York!”

The crowd roars as Braddock looks around.

Braddock: “I always know when I come here to MSG, that I’m going to get a warm welcome as you all recognize talent.”

The crowd roars a bit as Braddock looks around.

Braddock: “But you also don’t want to hear any whining or complaining. You don’t want to hear about how I was screwed. How I came close. No, and the fact is, you’re probably all aware enough to notice that I am no longer the SCW Adrenaline Champion.”

Braddock pauses as the crowd boos.

Braddock: “You may want to take a picture of that. Put it on social media…”

Braddock smirks as some in the crowd cheer.

Braddock: “The fact is that Dexter Grant beat me.”

Braddock shrugs as the crowd boos.

Braddock: “I know. I’m not happy about it. I still think if there’s another chance, I can beat him. He’s a blowhard who needs shortcuts to get past those more talented – Gavin, Ace, myself…he’s very good at those shortcuts. It’s a skill. I may have even perfected some of them in my less sterling days. But when it comes to straight up competition, I don’t think he can handle me. But…he’s still the champion.”

Braddock pauses for a moment.

Braddock: “And I have a rematch!”

Braddock looks around.

Braddock: “And I think we need to see if it was a fluke or not? You want me to live in the moment. I am very much here and focusing Dexter. And if you beat me again, I’ll shake your hand and understand you have bested me. But if I win…well, maybe we do this again and see who really is the best. Simple as that. So Dexter, what-“

Grant: “Of course this is a conversation that could have been held in private, but you had to make sure the world could hear it first.”

The crowd boos as Dexter Grant walks out from the back, the SCW Adrenaline Championship around his waist. Wendell stands next to him.

Grant: “Take the moment to post about it on social media. The scoop you’re getting. OMG Glory Braddock demanded her rematch, as if it was news, when it could have been something she took care of backstage and I’d at least only have to hear the vapid and vain hums from SCW’s marketing department hype the match.”

Grant shakes his head.

Grant: “But Glory, don’t worry, I don’t want a handshake. I want to change people’s minds. I want them to disconnect to reconnect. Maybe how Ace is doing. He’s gotten quite quiet since I corrected his approach a few weeks ago.”

The crowd boos some more.

Braddock: “You’re the one now stalling for time. Maybe you just want the limelight, Dexter!”

Grant glares at the ring as the crowd roars.

Braddock: “Make sure there are more spotlights on him. Come on. Make sure everyone in New York can see him!”

Grant: “That won’t be necessary! This…wasn’t necessary. But since you are hoping to catch me as a coward, I will not let you have that satisfaction!”

The crowd roars a bit.

Grant: “I will happily accept your rematch. Maybe I can finally get through to you, Glory….but on ONE condition.”

Braddock: “What’s that? I can’t promote it on social media?”

Grant: “You shouldn’t want to, but…I beat you in a standard Adrenaline Rules match. And you, as everyone else, should want to take me seriously. So I propose our rematch is in a Disconnect Match!”

Sharper: “The hell?”

Braddock looks a bit confused.

Grant: “What do you say?”

Braddock: “And what may that be-“

Grant: “No…nuh-uh. You don’t get to know. SCW won’t get to know until we arrive in San Antonio at Retribution. I don’t want them promoting this. I don’t want features on social media. They can either come along for the ride, with you abroad, or I will sabotage this title so badly, no amount of PR spin can help them. I shouldn’t be here. I know it. They don’t want me here. But I’ll be damned if I won’t use this opportunity to make you all SEE the truth!”

The crowd boos.

Braddock: “Fine…whatever you say. But that title is coming back here!”

“Immortal” then begins to play. Grant listen and shakes his head. He then turns and heads to the back. Braddock looks at the stage before turning and playing to the crowd.

Knots: “A Disconnect Match? What would that be?”

Sharper: “I don’t know, but Dexter Grant keeping us in the dark. Braddock agreed, so the question is if SCW will sanction it.”

Knots: “He made it clear though. He’s calling the shots while he has the opportunity!”

Sharper: “Braddock and Grant looking to be back on the collision course for Retribution. And much more to come here on Breakdown!”

The scene cuts backstage to show Adam Brock standing with Destiny Page. The crowd cheers.

Page: “Destiny Page here and I’m standing with Wolfsbane Adam Brock who is coming off a big win against the Assassin Clyde Sutter and about to face Selena Frost. A bit of a personal edge, you faced off against Deanna Frost in your final match before injury, was injured in that match and just came back. Anything driving you there here?”

Brock: “Look – Deanna and Selena are two different people. I hope Deanna is doing well. I don’t hold Deanna at all in blame for what happened. This is a contact sport. That said, while I was rooting for Selena at Retribution – I can’t stand bullies – I have a problem with now Selena acting like she’s the one controlling things around here, just as I do with the Fall of Man. I realize Selena may be at the top of the card. Top of the world even. And not just in her own mind!”

He pauses for a moment.

Brock: “But I’m here to compete and show that maybe some gold should end up around my waist, while standing for what I believe is right, and that’s standing up to bullies, making them eat some crow, and if anyone gets in my way, they need to remember if they mess with the wolf, they may wind up dead!”

Brock looks at the camera and walks past it. The crowd roars.

Page: “Selena Frost faces Adam Brock later tonight. That and much more still to come!”

The scene fades out.

The scene suddenly statics as we return to a live shot inside the arena.

Knots: “Another one of these-“

Sharper: “We saw that at Dogfight in Dusseldorf. Now tonight…”

Knots: “The hell is going on, Sharper?”

Hollywood vs. Team Desire

The arena lights dim down and pink light shine on the stage. “Sweet But Psycho” by Ava Max plays as The Queen of Queens and Goddess of Desire Katie Steward steps out on the stage. She walks her beautiful white and gold religious ring robe that is popelike and spins around in a circle showing it off the crowd. Giovanna Steward follows behind her wearing her leather spiked “Brat Club” jacket and a black bandana covering the lower half of her face.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a ten minute time limit. First, on their way to the ring, accompanied by TJ Johnson, they are the team of Katie Steward and Gigi Steward, Team Desire!”

TJ Johnson walks out onto the stage with Katie and the two nod to on another before Katie continues her walk to the ring with her arms out and his hands at shoulder length while Gigi follows behind. Katie walks around the ring and Gigi rolls under the bottom rope. Katie walks up the ring steps carefully and across the apron. TJ runs up after her and holds open the ropes for her to enter the ring. Katie walks to the center of the ring and she disrobes for the crowd. She shows off her wrestling attire. TJ takes her robe and exits the ring and Katie to her corner.

Knots: “The lights are bright for this one!”

Sharper: “That’s one way to put it. All four in this match have some tie to Hollywood.”

Knots: “Maybe Chris and Ryan can get Katie to put them in her movie! Win and you’re in type deal!”

A rush of paparazzi rush down either side of the ramp as a red carpet is rolled out. The sounds of Michael Jackson’s “Hollywood Tonight” begins to play as Chris and Ryan Hollywood come out from the back, prompting a shamelessly stolen trope of flashes from the cameras as they stand atop the ramp.

Phillips: “Their opponents, they are the team of Chris and Ryan, they are Hollywood!”

They respond to pose instructions from the photographers as they move towards the ring. Once in the ring, they pose in the middle of the ring, back to back, as their music fades.

Sharper: “Chris and Ryan back in action after a few weeks away.”

Knots: “Let’s see if they can avoid any issues. They’ve been working with Destiny Page, our interviewer.”

Sharper: “And I don’t know if its helping or not.”

Ryan and Chris talk to each other as TJ Johnson walks around the ring a bit.

Ryan: “Geez…she’s looking rough.”

Chris: “Why she went to directing? Too bad….”

Ryan: “Botox could help. Just sayin-“

TJ Johnson hears enough of this and then heads over and tells it to Gigi. Gigi turns to Katie. Chris and Ryan turn around as the bell sounds and Gigi and Katie then jump up and both dropkick them down.

Sharper: “Chris and Ryan maybe should keep their mean spirits to themselves!”

Knots: “It got back to Katie! And Katie didn’t like it!”

Chris pops up and staggers to the neutral corner. Ryan gets up and Gigi nails him with a hard right and then a forearm shot. Katie kicks Chris in the ribs before climbing up to straddle him and nails him with a series of hard right hands. Gigi does the same to Ryan as the crowd roars. They glance back at one another and both drop down before then whipping Chris and Ryan out of the corner and they run right into each other and collide. The crowd cheers. Katie then waits as both get up. The official, Jennifer Cassidy, however tells on to get out of the ring. Katie however pushes Cassidy out of the way and goes for the Most Beautiful Superkick Ever on Chris. Chris ducks and Katie nails Ryan. The crowd ohs as Ryan rolls out of the ring. Gigi is forced back as Chris then rolls Katie up with a school boy. Cassidy turns and counts.

Katie kicks out.

Sharper: “And a nearfall there. Katie blasted Ryan. Going for Chris.”

Knots: “And in the chaos Hollywood almost came out smelling like roses! And I’m not talking about their new perfume!”

Sharper: “You sure not a cologne?”

Knots: “Definitely a perfume. It was a whole thing. Seems that they didn’t know the difference. Cost millions!”

Katie gets up and turns to Chris who steps up, but Katie forearms him in the jaw. Chris hits the mat. He turns and grabs at the ropes and Katie grabs him and clubs him in the back once and then again before going to whip him into the ropes. Chris spins through and sends Katie in. She bounces off and Chris hits a jumping back elbow and then rolls to his feet. He gets up and runs into the ropes and hits a cartwheel into a leg drop. He goes for the pin.

Sharper: “And Gigi caught as Chris managing to send her to the floor. Ryan there now the legal man.”

Knots; “And just throwing himself at Gigi. Not unlike some of the groupies towards Hollywood.”

Sharper: “They have groupies?”

Knots: “So they tell me.”

Sharper: “Gigi fighting back. Taking down both members of Hollywood!”

Knots: “Gigi then dropped Ryan right on his head. Don’t know how much damage that will do, but-“

Sharper: “And now Gigi has to make the tag. Make the tag to Katie!”

The crowd starts to cheers as Gigi reaches out and keeps moving and then dives and tags in Katie. Katie enters the ring. Chris gets up and Katie runs over and dropkicks him down. Ryan gets up and Katie meets him with a dropkick. Chris gets back up and Katie kicks him in the ribs and then hits a snap suplex, throwing him into Ryan. Chris rolls over as Ryan holds his ribs. Katie then grabs Chris and nails him with a hard right and then another before turning to Ryan as he gets up and forearms him with a shot. Katie kicks Ryan before turning and climbing to the middle turnbuckle and then to the top. She goes for a praying moonsault, landing on Chris, but Ryan moves out of the way. Katie remains on Chris for a moment, but Cassidy calls off the pin.

Sharper: “Katie taking on both again. But she landed only on one member of Hollywood!”

Knots: “Yeah and it’s the wrong one!”

Katie slides to the side, but Ryan runs over and jumps up and hits the Size 12 Stomp to the back of Katie. Katie goes into the mat. Ryan drops down for the pin.

Knots: “A rising stars in Hollywood!”

Sharper: “And a huge win over the former World Tag Team Champions!”

Ryan rolls out of the ring. Chris slowly does too. They meet up on the floor by the rampway and raise each other’s arms. The crowd looks on, many booing, as Hollywood start to back away.

Marissa Swanson is seen talking to CHBK backstage.

Swanson: “Enough. Look, I’ve been here. I’ve been safe. I’ve done everything to show you I can be controlled. I didn’t even run out to save Polly earlier!”

Swanson sighs.

Swanson: “What more do you need?”

CHBK: “Marissa-“

Swanson: “I get it. I made a terrible first impression. You may not get mine and Polly’s relationship. But with Colleen focusing on her career as she should, Polly need someone in corner with Aisling gone, and I am that person! Give me a try out match? Make me run a gauntlet? Take a lie detector! I don’t care. Just tell me what I need to do!”

CHBK looks at Marissa as she just looks right at him.

CHBK: “Come next week with your gear.”

The crowd roars as CHBK heads off, phone in hand.

"Duality” blares through the PA system.

"I push my fingers into my eyes..."

The cameras show the crowd who begin booing before zooming in at the entrance way, where Josh Hudson steps out.

"It's the only thing that slowly stops the ache
But it's made of all the things I have to take
Jesus, it never ends, it works it's way inside
If the pain goes on...I'm not gonna make it!"

He wears a sleeveless black hoodie as he slowly makes his way down the ramp. He reaches the bottom of the ramp, and he looks out to the crowd before making his way up the ring steps and climbs into the ring. The crowd boos loudly.

Sharper: “Josh Hudson hoped to be World Champion today. He forced his way into the World Title match in Dusseldorf.”

Knots: “He almost won!”

Sharper: “He did. But almost doesn’t count. And it ended with Konrad Raab sending him into some barbed wire. Not the end to Hudson’s night that he wanted!”

"I have screamed until my veins collapsed
I've waited as my time's elapsed
Now, all I do is live with so much hate
I've wished for this, I've bitched at that
I've left behind this little fact
You cannot kill what you did not create
I've gotta say what I've gotta say
And then, I swear, I'll go away
But I can't promise you'll enjoy the noise
I guess I'll save the best for last
My future seems like one big past
You're left with me 'cause you left me no choice..."

He goes to the bottom right-hand corner, climbing to the top rope. The boos continue.

"I push my fingers into my eyes
It's the only thing that slowly stops the ache
If the pain goes on
I'm not gonna make it!!!"

Hudson is shown staring out at the crowd once again, as he lifts both fists into the air, earning more jeers before he climbs down and looks out for a moment before demanding a microphone. Phillips hands him one and Hudson takes it and walks back over to the middle of the ring. The crowd boos him as continues to look out.

Hudson: “Even you New York…”

Hudson looks around.

Hudson: “You are supposed to one of those smart cities…where people understand what true talent is in this sport! And you boo me?!”

Hudson looks around.

Hudson: “Don’t tell me that you think Konrad Raab deserved to be standing in that moment when I demanded my rightfully earned rematch?”

Hudson looks around.

Hudson: “The fraud was only in the way and the only reason I am not standing here as World Champion is because that German son of a bitch had to bring out weapons to give himself a fighting chance. I had Xander Valentine dead to rights. Drove my knee into his head. The man with the glass jaw. It was a matter of time, but Raab couldn’t handle that I was giving his country a match worth paying for and a moment in history.  That should have been a one on one match against Xander Valentine so I could have proven what I always said…I should not have lost at Under Attack!”

Hudson looks around.

Hudson: “But then again, I forgot, Germany’s hero is too busy to be here for Breakdown. He’s not here in New York City. He’s racing…”

Hudson shakes his head.

Hudson: “After everything I have given to this sport…to have him be the reason I stand here, having put my retirement on hold, when I should be World Champion…and HE’s the reason. That’s a level of disrespect I refuse to accept. I get that some may think I’m intense, but I have prided myself for what I do in this ring, between these four sides. And Konrad couldn’t even give us that.”

Hudson sighs.

Hudson: “So then I have to do the next best thing…I have to remind people why I’m a killer in this ring. I have to rectify this and remove a problem from this ring. If I can’t be a World Champion, I can then squeeze the remaining fifteen minutes of time at the top for Konrad Raab and I can give him a free wrestling lesson. Maybe I can make him learn something…a bit of respect for those of us who are World Champion material! And in the process, then he can retire like he should!”

Hudson looks out and then shakes his head.

Hudson: “Too bad. I could’ve said this to your face. And then just kicked your ass. But of course, not here. Coward…”

Hudson throws the microphone down and shakes his head. He then turns and walks over to the ropes and steps through, dropping down to the floor. “Duality” starts to play as Hudson heads to the back.

Knots: “Konrad…I hope you were watching.”

Sharper: “To call Konrad a coward…”

Knots: “Hudson’s trying to get him fired up. Clearly Hudson has been stewing for quite some time!”

Sharper: “I understand that, but this attitude…since he returned. He had his opportunity. If he’s as good as he claims he is, he should have been prepared for the dynamics of a triple threat match!”

Hudson continues to walk to the back as the scene cuts away.

“Psycho in my Head” plays as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. A still for Adam Brock vs. Selena Frost come up on the screen.

Sharper: “And folks, one of our main events tonight. Adam Brock faces Selena Frost in singles action. That match is next!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

DURING THE COMMERCIAL BREAK:

We see a still of Josh Hudson coming out of the tunnel.

Sharper: “Folks, during the commercial break, Josh Hudson may have just realized he called out the wrong person!”

The film starts to roll as Josh Hudson takes a few steps forward before we see Ginny Raab, Kemal Yilmaz, Oskar Theron, Dakon Theron, and Ludvig Eriksson standing in front of him. Josh Hudson looks at all of them and then starts to back away briefly before turning and storming off in a different direction. The Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

Selena Frost vs. Adam Brock

Phillips: “The following match is scheduled for one fall… introducing first…”

The howl of a wolf echoes throughout the arena, sending chills down everyone’s spines. The howl is followed by the sound of a heavy guitar that’s quickly followed by bass and drums, then the vocals kick in.

“Born from the dark,
In the black cloak of night.
To envelop its prey below,
Deliver to the light.
To eliminate your enemy,
Hit them in their sleep,
And when all is won and lost,
The spoils of wars are yours to keep”

FWOOSH!!! A series of red, gold and silver fireworks go off at the top of the ramp in a shimmering cascade. A roaming spotlight seeks to penetrate the darkness and find something... Or, perhaps, SOMEONE. A momentary silence, then...

POW!

Four blue fireworks go off and engulf the stage in their light. And as they die away, the darkness falls once more. But it’s not complete... The roaming spotlight catches glimpses of movement, but it’s too indistinct.

“Great nations built from the bones of the dead
With mud and straw, blood and sweat,
You know your worth when your enemies
Praise your architecture of aggression”

BAM!

White-hot green fireworks go off now and this time the spotlight DOES catch someone. Standing there amid the ghastly green glow is the one and only “Wolfsbane” Adam Brock! The fans erupt in a cavalcade of screaming and applause that seems to catch him off guard, but only for a second.

Phillips: “Making his way to the ring, weighing in at 218 pounds, from Philadephia, he is ‘Wolfsbane’ Adam Brock!”

He grins wickedly and makes his way down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans and pausing to hug a little boy. The little boy squeals in delight and Adam pauses for a moment at the bottom of the ring steps. Then he grins, backs up a little and does a running baseball slide under the bottom rope. Getting to his feet, he scales each turnbuckle in turn and throws his arms out to his sides, the crowd screaming even more each time he does it. After he hops down from the last turnbuckle, he spins around in a circle before turning to settle his gaze on the person closest to him.

Sharper: “Adam Brock is out here, looking ready for what could be a big leap forward. Last time we saw Brock, he scored an impressive victory over Clyde Stutter.”

Knots: “Brock is at odds with Fall of Man, but you have to wonder if he’s second-guessing getting involved with that group.”

Sharper: “Fall of Man showing their dominance. But I don’t think Adam Brock is someone that can be intimidated.”

BELIEVE IT... OR NOT!

"Thank You for Hating Me!" by Citizen Soldier plays throughout the arena, the SCW Universe deafening the song with their boos. The lights shift to dark purple and blue, filling the arena as snow is seen “falling” along the electronic floor and screens as, out from the back, walks the Snow Queen, Selena Frost, taking in the crowd of the SCW Universe with a smirk.

Phillips: “And his opponent, from Nome, Alaska, weighing in at 135 pounds, she is the Snow Queen, Selena Frost!”

Slowly, Selena shifts her head, her sapphire eyes locked towards the ring as she turns to her side and lifts her front hand gracefully, extending it towards the ring, palm upward. With a lift of her front foot, she suddenly slams it down into the ground, causing a crack like ice to form and sprint down the ramp and towards the ring!

Lowering her arm, the Blue-Eyed Devil walks down the ramp, her steps leaving footprints in the “snow” under her feet. Reaching the ring, Selena goes up the steps and under the ropes to enter it. Once inside and in the center of the ring, she stands still, confident and powerful, as the lights form to make a massive blue and black snowflake under her and the purple and blue lights. Raising her hand back up, towards the audience, once again palm upright, a wicked smirk graces her lips. With a slam of her foot, Selena causes the snowflake at her feet to “crack” as the rampway did, the shards of ice streaking out to all four corners of the ring to shoot out purple streaks of light from the turnbuckle the lights return to normal.

Knots: “And Adam Brock isn’t the only one that has momentum. Selena Frost exacted her revenge on Blake Mason.”

Sharper: “She is all fired up. This is a big match for Adam. Selena Frost is one of the most decorated wrestlers in SCW history, and a win here could propel him to the top of the card.”

Knots: “But like you said, a spirited Selena Frost will be a colossal ask for anyone.”

Selena Frost and Adam Brock begin to circle around the ring while they await for the bell to ring. The moment the bell rings, they fly towards each other. Double clothesline takes each other out! They spin up onto their feet. They run into the ropes, meet in the middle of the ring, and both collide with crossbody attempts! They nip up this time. Selena Frost runs towards Adam Brock, who lowers his shoulder. Frost leapfrogs and keeps running. Brock lies flat on the mat on the rebound, and Frost leaps over. On the next rebound, Brock goes for a dropkick, but Selena Frost holds herself back using the ropes. Brock scrambles to his feet and Frost hops onto his shoulders. Selena swings herself backwards for a hurricanrana.

Sharper: “A lot of flying around in the ring. Selena catches Adam Brock with a hurricanrana, right into the pin!”

1…

2-

Sharper: “Brock kicks out!”

Knots: “I got dizzy trying to keep track of Brock and Frost. They’re all gas, no brakes!”

Selena Frost stomps down onto Brock, who rolls to the ropes. He begins to pull himself up, but he immediately gets greeted by a chop. Frost drills his chest with another chop. And another chop. Brock retreats to the corner. Selena rushes in with a front dropkick before rolling back up onto her feet. She runs forward again with another front dropkick. Brock drops down into a seated position. Selena grabs hold of the top ropes and swings her legs backward before driving down onto Brock’s face with both knees.

Sharper: “Selena Frost has come out of the gates with that intensity.”

Knots: “You have to ask, if Selena is red hot, why not cash in her World Title Shot?”

Sharper: “Xander has to be feeling like Selena is hovering. It doesn’t matter who the champion is; they know it is only a matter of time Selena comes to collect what she thinks is hers.”

Selena Frost backs up and charges in again, but Brock rolls out of the way and then out of the ring. Selena hops onto the apron, runs forward, and kicks Brock in the skull. Brock falls back into the announce table. Frost leaps off and connects with a double axe handle, sending Brock to the floor. Selena grabs Brock by the back of the neck and leads him back to her feet. Selena shoves Brock's shoulder first into the ring post. She follows up with a dropkick to his backside, forcing him back into the ring post. He drops to one knee and she rolls him into the ring. Brock hurries to his feet and Selena slides into the ring and runs into the ropes. She comes back with the Cold Shoulder!

Sharper: “Selena continues her offensive, battering Brock. Cold Shoulder! The pin!”

1…

2…

Sharper: “Brock kicks out after two. Brock needs some answers here, Selena is controlling this match.”

Knots: “It’s been all Selena Frost. Adam Brock is finding out exactly why Selena Frost is considered one of the greatest of all time.”

Selena drags Brock closer to the corner. She climbs up onto the top rope. Moonsault off the top rope— Brock rolls out of the ring and escapes to the corner. Selena holds her body as she starts up onto her feet. She doesn’t take time to recover; she rushes Brock. Brock launches himself out of the corner. Superkick! Selena staggers. Brock drills her with another superkick! Selena drops to the canvas. Brock hops up onto the top rope and leaps off. Swanton bomb!

Sharper: “Swanton bomb dropped on Selena! Brock has tuned this match around. Hook of the leg!”

1…

2-

Sharper: “Selena shoots her shoulder up.”

Knots: “That has to feel good for Brock. After missing a lot of time in 2024 from injury, coming back and being able to compete on a high level must feel awesome.”

Brock pushes himself up to his feet. He begins to stalk Selena as she recovers from the fury of attacks Brock brought forth. Selena finds her feet and looks for Brock. Brock steps forward and lifts her up for the Olympic Slam. Brock grabs a hold of Selena’s leg and flips her over onto her belly. He locks in the single leg boston crab. Brock pulls back as Selena finds herself in the middle of the ring in a lot of pain.

Sharper: “Half Boston Crab locked in tightly by Brock.”

Knots: “He’s trying to ground Selena.”

Sharper: “The momentum of this match has shifted to Brock.”

Knots: “Selena is dragging her and Brock’s weight to the ropes.”

Inch by inch, Selena crawls towards the bottom rope. She lunges forward and grabs the rope. Brock breaks the hold. Brock climbs up onto the top rope. He watches as Selena fights to her feet. Roadkill— Selena intercepts Brock with a dropkick. Selena stays down for a moment before standing. She climbs up onto the top rope and begins to tightrope to the center of the rope. Brock is standing again and turns right in time for Alaskan Dragonrana!

Sharper: “First, Brock is shot down from the air. Selena follows up with the Alaskan Dragonrana! The pin!”

1…

2…

3-

Sharper: “Brock gets the shoulder up at the last possible second.”

Knots: “Close call there. Selena’s back in the driver’s seat of this match.”

Sharper: “She’s looking to finish this. Brock has to be careful!”

Selena throws some hammer fists down onto the downed Brock. Brock throws her off. Selena is back on her feet. She backs up into the corner and eyes Brock. Brock finds his feet in a daze. Selena comes forward for the Glass Shard, but Brock catches the leg. Leg capture suplex drives Selena Frost into the mat. Frost scrambles to her feet. She goes for a clotheline, but Brock ducks underneath the attempt and handsprings into the rope. Silver Bullet knocks Selena Frost off her feet.

Sharper: “Silver Bullet takes Frost out! Brock for the pin!”

1…

2…

3-

Sharper: “Selena kicks out! This match continues!”

Knots: “Close call there for Selena. That elbow might have hit the sweet spot as she looks stunned.”

Sharper: “This is Brock’s chance to get that major victory over one of SCW’s top names!”

Brock shoves Selena over and sits on her back. He pulled her arms back into a full nelson. For a few moments, he leans back, applying pressure with that full nelson hold. He drags her up to a standing position before sending her back down onto the mat with the Silent Screams!

Sharper: “Silent Screams! Brock with another cover!”

1…

2…

3-

Sharper: “Again, Selena kicks out right before 3!”

Knots: “Brock has brought Selena to her limits here.”

Brock looks down at Selena, who is flat on her back. Brock runs towards the ropes and goes for the Asai Moonsault! Selena gets her knees up, and Brock crashes down onto her knees. He bounces back u,p holding his midsection. Selena rolls up to her feet. Brock comes charging at her, and she ducks underneath. Brock turns around, and there’s the Glass Shard! Brock drops to the canvas.

Sharper: “Glass Shard! Glass Shard! The hook of the leg!”

1…

2…

3!

Sharper: “Selena picks up the hard-fought win!”

Knots: “Out of nowhere, Selena ends the match with that dangerous superkick!”

Phillips: “Winner of the match, by pin fall, Selena Frost!”

Selena rolls off. She looks up and starts to get up. The referee raises her arm and she pulls away. She then looks around and scans the crowd. She glances back at Adam Brock before suddenly “Sonne” by Rammstein plays throughout the arena. Selena turns to the stage, glaring at it as we see Kirsten Scott walk out from the back, microphone in her hand. She looks around as the crowd cheers her a bit. Scott smirks as she listens for a moment before the music fades out.

Kirsten: “Sorry to interrupt Selena, but I wanted to make sure the implications were clear.”

Selena looks down, clearly trying to stop herself from reacting.

Kirsten: “In Germany, I did as I said I would. I beat The Enigma and that’s that. And he had a nice little parlour trick after. One last hurrah after I beat him.”

Kirsten paces a bit on the stage.

Kirsten: “And unlike others, I’m not having nightmares. I’m not struggling to determine reality from hallucination. I am instead right here standing tall. And if I’m wrong, I am an easy target. I’m standing right here for a reason. If The Enigma is some supernatural being…some psychological master…he can come up and take me out right now. He can play more of his tricks. He can make some smoke come out of the stage. He can turn out the lights. And he can prove me wrong.”

Kirsten extends her arms.

Sharper: “Kirsten Scott as confident as ever after defeating The Enigma.”

Knots: “And Selena Frost is trying hard to ignore her. The Enigma is why Deanna Frost is still on a leave of absence!”

Kirsten extends her arms and looks right down at the ring. She just smirks as she does.

Kirsten: “Well how about that. I’m still here. Not even a bit twitchy. Maybe he got the message. I don’t really care. Send my best to Deanna, Selena. I’ve finished the job she couldn’t.”

Kirsten then turns to her side.

Kirsten: “And CHBK…you’re welcome! And I expect to be rewarded handsomely!”

The crowd roars as Kirsten Scott steps back and turns and heads back to the back. Selena Frost looks up at this point as the scene fades to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

“Hero” by Skillet plays as the crowd roars.

Sharper: “Wait a minute…Is Simon Lyman here?”

Knots: “We saw him get stretchered out at Dogfight in Dusseldorff. He may be a bit horizontal if so!”

A few moments pass before we see a Lyman walk out from the back. The crowd looks on as the Lyman looks around and listens to the cheers. A few fans boo, believing it to be Ryan. Lyman looks around and smirks before shaking his head and starting to head to the ring.

Knots: “I don’t think that’s Simon.”

Sharper: “Neither do I. That has to be Ryan. Ryan Lyman piledriving his brother, Simon, after Simon won.”

Knots: “Guess Ryan wanted the win-“

Sharper: “Stop it! Simon Lyman returning to the ring for the first in seven years and managing to put up more than a respectable performance only for Ryan to take it away.”

Lyman heads to the ring and over to the steel steps. He jogs up them and walks along the apron and then steps into the ring. He then steps forward and walks over to the corner. He demands a microphone from Phillips. Phillips hands him one and he turns back to the middle of the ring.

Lyman: “Cut that! Cut the music.”

Lyman looks around as the music fades out.

Lyman: “That’s going to be the last time you hear it. That’s going to be the last time you have to hear that insufferable song. That Simon is gone and not returning!”

Lyman looks around.

Lyman: “The real Simon Lyman, the one who is going to rescue his legacy, is standing right here.”

Lyman, clearly showing himself to be Ryan at this point, looks out at the crowd.

Ryan: “We had the little fairy tale. Simon came to the ring, showed he had enough muscle memory to string enough together, with his wits, to beat Andrew Raynes. But then I reminded him of reality. He’s weak.”

The crowd boos as Ryan looks around.

Ryan: “That’s what this was all about. I was sick of seeing that son of a bitch sitting at ringside, pretending he had something of value when it was over and it was just depressing looking at him. And seeing people fawn over him, pretend he still mattered. He mattered more for every second that I took over. And the name Simon Lyman is bigger than it’s ever been.”

Ryan looks out at the crowd.

Ryan: “So I broke a few eggs. I ruined a few relationships. He was making an ass out of himself when the Lyman name was more than ready to evolve to something more. And the Lyman name should have the SCW World Championship attached to it. And I’m not going to have the shell of who I am now come back and pretend it can take back what I’ve improved on! Nuh-uh! So I did a mercy-killing.”

The crowd boos.

Sharper: “Just sick…It’s your damn brother!”

Ryan: “And so when I drove my brother’s head into the mat, I also killed any hope of the old Simon Lyman returning and-“

“Hell & Consequences” by Stone Sour plays as the crowd erupts. Ryan turns to the stage, eyes wide. We then see Amy Chastaine walking out from the back and looking down at the ring. The crowd erupts further.

Sharper: “Amy Chastaine is here! In New York! On Breakdown!”

Knots: “Why?”

Sharper: “Simon Lyman, the real Simon Lyman said he was trying to make up for his brother. Is Amy here to stand up for Simon?!”

Knots: “I’m okay if she’s here just to kick his ass!”

Amy Chastaine then starts to storm to the ring. Ryan Lyman looks at her and backs up as Amy Chastaine storms to the ring. She reaches the ring and hops onto the apron. She then enters the ring. Ryan Lyman backs a bit more and Amy just walks up to him and nails him with a hard right. The crowd roars as Lyman hits the mat and rolls to the corner. In the process, he drops the microphone. Amy then turns and grabs it and steps back, clearly stopping herself from doing more and then turning back.

Chastaine: “Breaking a few eggs?!”

Chastaine looks at Ryan Lyman.

Chastaine: “That’s all it was. Screwing over my life because of BREAKING a few eggs while you wanted to cosplay as your more successful brother. The threat to my marriage…my relapse of my alcoholism. The fact that people I cared about were affected and all because you wanted to save some damn legacy when Simon was already a damn legend.”

Ryan looks at Amy and starts to get up.

Chastaine: “Stand the hell down or I’ll make sure you do. You don’t deserve to stand face to face with me! Because I’ve been trying to wrap my head around all of this these past few months. Since Simon reached out to me, to try and trust again…”

Chastaine paces a bit.

Chastaine: “I was even helping Simon train back for this. And to think, you were that convincing…I saw the real Simon again…that I even let you manipulate me…to gaslight me…to threaten my family, my students, my LIFE. Maybe I should do to you right now what you did to Simon-“

The crowd erupts in cheers as Ryan looks around. Chastaine hears the crowd. She steps forward. Suddenly, Simon Lyman’s voice is heard, but not from Ryan.

Simon: “Amy!...Amy!”

Amy stops and glances back. She then steps back and look at Ryan before looking at the big screen where we see Simon Lyman in a wheelchair presumably at wherever he is living, as filmed by a cell phone camera.

Simon: “Amy…I know you want you hands on him again. I know you want to get the revenge.  I don’t want to stop you. I really don’t.”

Amy looks at the screen. She looks up and shakes her head.

Amy: “Simon…”

Simon: “But I think it’s fair to say I deserve the first shot at my brother!”

The crowd roars.

Simon: “I am going to find a way to get in the ring with you brother and make you pay for everything you’ve done. To Amy, to the Lancasters, to Jaina, to the BlackOut Academy…to ME!”

Simon looks right at the camera.

Simon: “I’ve fought back from worse, Ryan. I have and I will find the way to do it again and I will fight you and make you PAY!”

Ryan then suddenly pops up and grabs the microphone from Amy, ripping it out of her hand. He then drops down and rolls to the floor. Amy turns and lunges at him, but Ryan gets out of the ring.

Ryan: “Brother, if you want me to show how pathetic you are, fine. You won’t beat me. I have surpassed you and your body won’t let you. But I’m not going to let you derail it. You want me brother. I’ll give you ONE night to come at me. Retribution! Aptly named, huh…If you can even stand up.”

The crowd boos. Ryan then turns to Amy.

Ryan: “Then Amy, if you care so much about what’s ruined, focus on building him back up. Maybe you can find at least something on him to go [bleep] yourself with!”

The crowd ohs. Amy lunges for the ropes and steps through as Ryan jukes back and over to the entrance way. The crowd looks on as Simon keeps watching, now looking down, almost realizing his situation. Amy turns back and looks at the big screen as Ryan smirks and drops down to the floor off the rampway and heads to the back.

Sharper: “Just sickening. And to challenge Simon at Retribution….he’s in a wheelchair. You piledrove him you sick son of a bitch!”

Knots: “He’s hoping to take him out for good. SCW can’t sanction it. There’s no chance.”

Sharper: “CHBK wasn’t the biggest Lyman fan before, but he came out and watched as Simon was stretchered out. He can approve this. He can’t…”

Ryan heads to the back as the crowd buzzes. Amy glares at Ryan as the scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see CHBK on the phone in his office.

CHBK: “Simon…look, I can’t in good faith…”

We then see Amy Chastaine burst into the room. CHBK holds his hand up.

CHBK: “Simon, I’d need to clear you. I know you want this and need this. I know how personal it is. I saw it from ringside…“

Amy: “Is it Simon? Let me talk to him.”

CHBK: “That’s not fair…You and I are very different. Different pasts…”

Amy: “Give me the phone…”

CHBK holds his hand up again as he hears Simon on the other end. CHBK sighs.

CHBK: “I can’t sanction this match, Simon. Sorry.”

CHBK listens as he then hangs up. Amy looks at CHBK.

Amy: “I have to talk to him…”

CHBK: “Try and talk some sense into him.”

Amy heads off as CHBK sighs.

Dawn Warren vs. Chris Lawler

The dimmed lights cast an atmosphere of anticipation as the arena falls into darkness, the only illumination coming from the pulsating strobe lights. The crowd's murmurs fade into a hush as the opening chords of "Warrior" by Imagine Dragons reverberate through the speakers, electrifying the air with anticipation.

From the depths of the darkness, a figure emerges, his silhouette outlined against the backdrop of flashing lights. With each step, the floor trembles beneath his feet, echoing the determination that propels him forward. It's Chris Lawler, a titan among men, his presence commanding attention as he strides purposefully down the entrance ramp.

His eyes, a piercing shade of blue, remain fixed on the ring ahead, unwavering in their focus as if they could pierce through the very fabric of reality. Ignoring the cacophony of cheers and jeers that surround him, Lawler remains resolute in his mission, his gaze locked on the squared circle where his destiny awaits.

As Lawler reaches the foot of the ring, the strobe lights reach a crescendo, bathing him in a pulsating glow of light and shadow. With a subtle nod to the crowd, Lawler ascends the steel steps, each footfall a testament to his unwavering determination.

Finally, he steps between the ropes, his presence filling the ring with an aura of intensity and purpose. Standing tall in the center of the ring, Lawler raises his gaze to the heavens, a silent vow etched upon his features. Tonight, he will leave everything in the ring, his spirit unbroken, his resolve unyielding, as he prepares to face whatever challenges come his way.

Sharper: “After a hard loss to Wil Pierce in Germany, Chris Lawler will be looking to walk his way back into the winner’s circle here tonight. But that’s not the whole story. We saw a bit of frustration from Chris Lawler that boiled over in a big way.”

Knots: “After taking the fall, Chris Lawler absolutely came undone, and that’s the tension that comes with repeat losses. He really teed off on Wil after that match, Sharper.”

The titantron concurrently shows highlights of Chris Lawler taking the Death Note from Wil Pierce and into the cover. We then see Lawler blasting Will from behind, then mounting him to the shock of the crowd before Dante Slayton makes the save on Wil’s behalf. Back in the ring, Lawler paces in front of the rope , throwing his arms back to loosen up, keeping an eye on the tron.

Sharper: “I wonder if we’ve seen the last of that interaction.”

Knots: “Or the increasing intensity of Chris Lawler. It could well be that twenty years of being a consummate good guy has really worn on him. That code of honor can be a millstone, Sharper.”

Ain’t it Fun by Paramore begins to blast across the speakers. As it does Dawn makes her way out from behind the curtains smirking. She claps the hands of the roaring fans before sliding into the ring.

Sharper: “The Pink Puppy may not be the most imposing name you’ve ever heard for a ring name, but in my estimation—”

Knots: “WE’RE UNDERWAY!”

Lawler wastes no time, shoving Warren into the corner and grinding his elbow into her face as the referee reluctantly calls for the bell to sound to signal the beginning. The ref breaks them up at four as Warren scrambles to escape the elbow grind. Lawler backs up, then steps forward with a hard boot. He sends Warren for a ride across the ring and follows close behind, pancaking her into the buckles with a clothesline. She falls to the mat. Lawler immediately back onto the offensive, lifting her up and slamming her with a thud onto the mat with a scoop slam. He covers!

Tw-

Kickout by Warren as Chris lunges on top with a side headlock and wrenches at the neck.

Sharper: “This new aggression from Chris Lawler doesn’t appear to be going anywhere.”

Knots: “Maybe he just found his killer instinct. Lawler has been used as a litmus test. Maybe he’s tired of watching new talent and acquisitions surpass him at his tenure. Either way, I have no complaints.”

Warren fights against it but struggles ultimately and before long, Lawler brings her to her feet before turning her and leveling her with a clothesline. He makes the cover, pressing her shoulders down into the mat hard.

Kickout by Warren, who has to exert some force to escape the predicament. She holds her jaw as Chris gets to a knee and delivers a few forearms to the opponent. She reels as the ref gives some warning. Lawler to his feet. Lawler attempts a belly to back suplex, but Warren lands on her feet and sweeps Lawler’s leg, sending him into his back. A thunderous kick to the back of Lawler now as Warren grimaces, then tumbles off to the side, hits the ropes, and delivers a diving front kick to Lawler’s face that drops him to the mat. She takes a moment to recover, then makes the cover!

2! Kickout by Lawler!

Sharper: “Lawler’s newfound attitude was doing him some favors before Dawn Warren kicked the taste out of his mouth.”

Knots: “Yeah, the Pink Puppy has some bite to her, but I wouldn’t use it as a credit in her favor just yet.”

Lawler hurries to his feet and attempts another clothesline, but Warren does a back bend to avoid it that provokes some cheers from the crowd as she vaults to an upright position, reaches back, and drops Chris with a neck breaker! She rolls back and makes the cover!

Thr— NO! Kickout by Lawler! Lawler furiously rises to his feet, trying to catch his balance before Warren goes up and over the outstretched arm, athletically creeps behind, vaults forward into a front headscissors, and rolls Chris up again with a satellite victory roll! The crowd pops as the ref counts!

3…NO! Chris kicks out at the last possible microsecond, the momentum carrying her into the bottom rope. Chris hurries to his feet yet again and Dawn runs in towards him and leaps into the air with a cross body attempt, but Chris destroys her with a stiff front kick that picks her right out of the air! The crowd oh’s as Chris falls back to the mat, Dawn flopping down hard with both arms at her sides.

Sharper: “My GOD, what impact!”

Knots: “Chris Lawler just kicked Dawn Warren in half, and the Pink Puppy may not have any bite left in her!”

Chris gets to his feet as Dawn begins to stir on the mat. Chris hovers over her, looking down at his opponent, and rubs his face. He looks like he’s about to make a decision. He shakes his head, lifts Dawn up, and lifts her up into a military press!

Sharper: “Chris Lawler clearly conflicted, but he’s going for that high-angle military press spinebuster!”

Knots: “Fury Suplex coming right up!”

Chris presses her up and pushes forward, but Dawn wraps her legs around Chris’s neck and launches him forward with a hurricanrana, tucking the legs under arms!

3!…No! Chris kicks out again at the last second! Dawn slumps forward, holding the back of her head and wincing in obvious discomfort. Chris staggers to his feet and supports himself with the second rope, hunched over. As Dawn brings herself to a knee, Chris does not hesitate and charges in with a stiff knee strike to the face! Warren falls back, legs over her head as Chris uses the momentum to roll into a pin, hooking both legs!

Knots: “Final Judgment!”

The bell sounds as “Warrior” hits the PA.

Phillips: “Your winner, Christopherrrrr! LAWWWWWWLER!”

Sharper: “Dawn Warren fought hard and nearly trapped Chris a few times, but in the end, Lawler’s power was just too much.”

Knots: “And that hesitation! Who knows how much it could’ve cost him here tonight? Don’t fight it, Chris! I’m begging you! Keep it coming!”

The referee raises Lawler’s hand as he looks down at Warren who rolls to her side, with a relieved look on his face.

Chris Dumont and David Striker are with La Pequena Luz and Amelia Nevado backstage.

Dumont: “I will make this promise for one night.”

Luz and Amelia look at one another.

Dumont: “You have Billy Heaven Jr. If he’s out there and he’s still hurting, and I guarantee he is-“

Luz: “That’s the issue-“

Striker: “No, the issue is that his father is trying to screw with you by putting him in there and he’s happy to do it. He’s asking for anything coming his way.”

Luz: “That’s where we may be different-“

Dumont: “Regardless…you earned our respect at Dogfight and therefore, we will tell you this. We will put our desires on hold for one night. You have Billy. You face him. But you can make it easy for him by just putting him down and making sure he’s not around. And we will then worry about the Fall of Man and pick them off until we get dad and then WE can face each other as was supposed to happen.”

Amelia walks over to Luz.

Amelia: “Come on…I think that’s as fair as we’re going to get.”

Striker: “It’s as fair as they’re owed.”

Dumont: “I’m only offering it because of you two.”

Luz: “Understood. Come on, Ames.”

Luz and Amelia head off as Dumont looks at Striker. They nod at one another before the scene cuts away.

Clyde Sutter vs. Ryan LeCavalier

SCW Television Championship

The lights in the arena go out as the opening chords of “Unforgiven” by Metallica begins to play. As the song picks up its pace a spotlight shines at the top of the ramp and we see “The Assassin” Clyde Sutter standing there with a sinister grin on his face. He is joined by the beautiful Melinda Braddock. After a few moments of soaking in the crowd reaction, which he seems to enjoy despite their booing, Sutter and Melinda begin to make their slow walk down the ramp. The spotlight follows the sinister sociopath as he approaches the ring. They reach the ring area and Melinda kisses him on his cheek. Sutter then foregoes the steel steps as he leaps up from the floor to the ring apron. With the spotlight remaining only on Sutter as one of the few lights in the arena at the moment, Sutter enters the ring and then stand in the center. The sound of Metallica dies down and the lights come back on.

Sharper: “Clyde Sutter will be looking for a return to winning ways tonight after falling to Adam Brock at Dogfight in Dusseldorf.”

Knots: “And perhaps back into the good graces of William Heaven. He had been enlisted by Heaven for some much needed pest control but found himself on the wrong end of the boot.”

Sharper: “Ever the blowhard, William’s plan blew up right in his face, didn’t it?”

The arena is quiet, with a palpable sense of expectancy in the air as the lights go off. An ethereal blue glow is projected onto the entry ramp by a lone floodlight that breaks through the darkness. The crowd trembles with eagerness as L'Impératrice's "A View to a Kill" pulsates synthesizers burst the stillness.

A silhouette appears out of the darkness, clad in a shimmering silver cloak that seems to both reflect and absorb the light. The coat flutters about her as she moves, giving her enticing peeks of the wrestling gear in silver and black underneath. Her face is hidden behind a mask of steely resolve, framed by the hood.

The moment Ryan LeCavalier, as "The Lost Monarch," removes her hood and shows off her icy-focused eyes, the audience screams. At the top of the ramp, she stops and looks out over the crowd like a queen assessing her subjects. She steps down into the ring and gracefully makes her way to the turnbuckle, removing her cloak like a snake might remove its skin. With her eyes fixed on her opponent, she slides into her mouthguard, completing her transformation. The arena is bustling with the unsaid promise of a great battle to come, and the air is crackling with suspense.

Sharper: “And here’s our Television Champion. She’s got gold around her waist. She’s as good as anybody in this business. And she’s on the rise here in SCW.”

Knots: “Sutter might earn some brownie points with the illustrious Mr. Heaven by knocking off Waylon Creek’s developing rival in Ryan LeCavalier. Come on, Clyde! Do it for Mr. Heaven!”

Sharper: “No idea how you’re talking while your lips are glued to William’s ass, Jonathan. It’s beyond me.”

The referee takes the belt from Ryan, who cracks her neck and smirks across the ring at Clyde, who stares a hole through her. The ref raises the belt in the middle of the ring and hands it through the second and third ropes to the time keeper. Ryan stretches with the top rope and the bell officially sounds with a pop from the crowd. Our two opponents go to lock up. Ryan shoots for the leg. Clyde hops before he’s brought down. Ryan immediately on top and into a rear waist lock. She reaches for the arm and tries to lock it in by sweeping her legs around the deltoid of Clyde Sutter. Sutter hangs on with his other arm and doesn’t let Ryan transition into an arm bar. Instead, he brinhs himself to his feet and picks her up a foot off the ground, slamming her down. Ryan breaks the hold but quickly shoots for the leg again, bringing Clyde back down to the mat. Front face lock now by Ryan.

Sharper: “Ryan making use of both her years and long limbs to trap Sutter here in the early goings.”

Knots: “But Clyde is no joke. He’s not letting her have what she wants here either.”

Clyde struggles to get free, violently throwing his legs back, but he finally does, and he grabs behind in a rear waist lock. He gets his feet beneath him and lifts Ryan up, throwing her into the air and into the ground, maintaining control. He shoots forward and switches into a front facelock of his own, but then drives a knee into the shoulder of Ryan. Ryan shakes her head, pushing herself back towards the bottom rope to break the hold. Clyde pulls her off the bottom rope to some boos from the crowd as Clyde throws another knee before lifting Ryan up and hitting a gut wrench suplex. He makes the cover!

Kickout by Ryan. Sutter smirks and nods and delivers a hard right hand to Ryan LeCavalier. He brings Ryan to her feet, gives her a hard boot to the midsection, then hoists Ryan up in a vertical suplex position and holds her for a few seconds in that position before driving her into the mat with the maneuver. He makes another cover!

Tw— Kickout by Ryan!

Sharper: “Well, as it sometimes the case, veteran presence means less in certain situations than raw power, and Clyde Sutter showing us early how he’s going to get his offense in.”

Knots: “The Lost Monarch is about to find out what happens when royalty meets an assassin. Franz Ferdinand style.”

Sharper: “Would you give it a break?”

Clyde into attack mode now. He pushes Ryan into the corner and gives her a few stiff elbows before grabbing her arm and attempting to send her for the ride. On her way through, she rotates her body and lays in a smooth arm drag that sends Sutter into the mat. Arm ringer by Ryan to the delight of the crowd! She then stands up and puts her boot under Sutter’s chin and pulls up on the arm! Sutter’s foot desperately makes contact as Ryan talks trash to Sutter.

Ryan breaks the hold. A stiff kick by Ryan now into the ribs as Sutter tries to stand. She takes her foot and presses it into Sutter’s face and pushes it. This clearly agitates Sutter, who stares angrily into the mat, then up at Ryan, who repeats the offense a second time, then a third time. Sutter rises to his feet with violent intent and charges into Ryan, but gets caught in a spinning drop toe hold! Sutter hits the mat and holds his face. Ryan hurries and continues to try to control Sutter with a front face lock, but Sutter up to his feet and drives Ryan into the turnbuckle hard, then lifts her up and slams her into the mat with a vicious rotating spinebuster! The crowd oh’s as Sutter hooks the leg.

2!

Kickout by Ryan as Sutter doesn’t blink, staring a hole through the referee.

Sharper: “Clyde Sutter was briefly outmaneuvered before he drove Ryan into the mat, and now it’s all Sutter.”

Knots: “There’s a reason Sutter has been here for years. We know what he’s bringing to the dance.”

Sharper: “He’s a ripened psychopath with nothing ill intent.”

Knots: “Exactly! It makes for great television!”

Sutter brings Ryan to her feet and drives his knee into her stomach. Pump-handle slam now by Sutter into a lateral press!

Th— Kickout by Ryan, who rolls over, holding her back. Sutter with a stomp to the middle of Ryan’s back before he stands up with all his weight on top of her as she wriggles under his weight to a chorus of boos from the crowd. Sutter firmly in control now. He rains down a hard elbow into the middle of her back, causing Ryan to yell out in pain. Sutter now helping her up before dropping her down with a hard belly to back suplex. Clyde gets up and begins taunting the fans with a smirk as Melinda eggs them on by walking alongside the barricade, waving them off.

Sharper: “Clyde Sutter just does not care who he hurts to get what he wants. He’s as deliberate and calculating as they come, and his focus now is on Ryan LeCavalier’s back.”

Knots: “I wouldn’t want to be Ryan right now! Hopefully Mr. Heaven is watching this! Come on Clyde!”

Ryan tries to get up but Clyde with a stiff boot to her back. Clyde from behind now with a rear waist lock. Ryan desperately hangs on to his wrists. Clyde picks her up looking for a German Suplex, but Ryan hooks her leg behind Clyde’s. Ryan finally breaks the grip and wrenches the arm of Clyde Sutter before coming over the top with a kick that drives her heel into Clyde’s head! Clyde drops to a knee with Ryan maintaining the arm. Leaping axe kick by Ryan! She rolls Clyde over into a cover!

Thr— shoulder up by Clyde, who grimaces as the camera catches the now concerned look on the face of Melinda Braddock. Ryan smirks and nods as she starts to get to her feet. She talks to Clyde as she boots him in the ribs hard. Clyde rolls over and clutches his side. Ryan now on top of Sutter with a flurry of hard elbows and forearms!

Sharper: “A very even contest so far with Ryan LeCavalier finally finding a foothold.”

Knots: “She’s great, I have to give it to her, but do you really think she can continue to work at this rate? There’s a lot of tread on those tires, it won’t be long before one of them gives out.”

The ref breaks up the assault with a count. Ryan backs off as Clyde grabs the second rope to help himself up, face twisted up in discomfort. Ryan allows little separation, drilling Clyde in the head with a sharp elbow. Clyde flails wildly with a spinning back fist that Ryan evades before booting him in the chest. Clyde comes off the ropes and Ryan levels him with a hard hook kick. She makes the cover!

Kickout by Sutter. Sutter rolls to his stomach now and tries to push himself up, but Ryan floats over with a fujiwara arm bar that immediately makes Clyde yell out in pain! Clyde hurriedly tries to rotate his body, frantically kicking his feet out looking for some rope! Finally, his leg is able to find some relief as the ref counts the break.

The ref forces the break, with Ryan rolling over and looking at Sutter with some ill intentions of her own. She ascends to the second rope off the corner as Sutter tries to collect himself and jumps off, driving her knee into the back of Clyde’s head, then rolls forward. Clyde flops down to the mat. She motions for Clyde to get up. As Clyde stands and tries to find his bearings, Ryan charges off the far ropes and comes running towards Clyde and attempts a front kick, which she misses and flies through the air, landing on her back. Clyde sizes her up, waits, bounds off the ropes, and folds her up with a vicious clothesline! The crowd oh’s as Clyde shakes off the cobwebs!

Sharper: “Clothesline From Hell by Clyde Sutter, and he just about took Ryan LeCavalier’s head clean off!”

Knots: “Good lord! What a shot by Sutter!”

Sharper: “And now a cover!”

Ref: 1!

Th…NO! Kickout by Ryan! Clyde stands up and puts a few more boots to Ryan before picking her up over his shoulder and drilling her in the middle of the ring with a powerslam. Sutter into another cover!

Ref: 1!

2!

Th—Kickout with some authority by Ryan! Sutter looks frustrated. He brings Ryan to her feet and levels her with a forearm that sends her into the corner. Sutter whips her across the ring and follows close behind, but Ryan stops herself, propels herself over the top of an incoming Sutter, bounds off the rope, and drills Sutter with a sling blade! The crowd pops as Ryan staggers to her feet. Sutter is behind her, but dazed. He attempts a right hand that Ryan blocks. Spinning back fist by Ryan, followed by a series of combo strikes that conclude with a spinning back elbow!

Sharper: “Feel Nothing, the combo by Ryan LeCavalier!”

Knots: “She’s got Clyde where she wants him! Sutter! He’s in La La Land!”

The crowd rises to its feet as Ryan backs into the corner, intensely calling for Clyde to get to his feet. Several audience members pay attention to the entranceway. Ryan charges in to deliver a running knee strike, but she’s intercepted by a vicious spear from Waylon Creek, wearing only jeans and his boots! The crowd boos as the referee calls for the bell.

Sharper: “God damn him! God damn this man! Ryan had Clyde Sutter beat, and Waylon Creek ends a match he has no reason to be involved in!”

Knots: “Nonsense, Sharper! He has every reason! What a spear by Waylon Creek, and now we all know who the REAL Star of Tomorrow is!”

The bell sounds as Waylon grabs the top rope and violently gives it a tug, then goes off and clutches his head in the corner and looks around the arena. He clutches hard as he slumps into the corner, staring at the downed Ryan, who clutches her ribs in the middle of the ring. He appears to be mouthing something to himself, but he never takes his eyes off Ryan. Then, he propels himself up with the second rope, face turning red, and sets himself in to do it again. The crowd hums with anticipation as he sizes Ryan up for a second spear! Clyde Sutter has collected himself, stands off in the corner, and is sharing words with William Heaven, who stands at ringside. Heaven appears to be trying to reason with Clyde while keeping an eye on Waylon.

Sharper: “This man, this madman, is absolutely undone! Somebody has to do something about this!”

Knots: “All we know of those that don’t stand in the way of this animal is that they’re totally sane! Who could blame them?!”

William Heaven steps up the steps with a satisfied, yet somehow nervous look on his face. He grabs Waylon by the arm.

Heaven: “That’s enough, Waylon, alright? You’ve made your point. That’s enough.”

Waylon just stares at Ryan, then looks at William sharply before putting his eyes back on her. His heavy breaths start tapering down.

Heaven: “That’s it, good. Legion is backstage. Come on. Let’s go. Let’s go get your dog. It’ll be alright.”

Waylon looks at Heaven, finally, and swallows., allowing himself to be led out of the ring. His eyes fix on Ryan, who lays on her side, staring at him through angry heavy breaths. Sutter stares at Waylon and Heaven, shocked by what happened. Melinda Braddock joins him in the ring as he stares out at Waylon and Heaven, Heaven guiding Waylon up the ramp with a single hand.

Sharper: “I’m hard pressed to admit this, but it looks like William Heaven is actually playing hero to Ryan LeCavalier.”

Knots: “SEE?! He’s not all bad! He’s earned your respect, Sharper, just give it to him!”

Sharper: “Well I don’t know if we’re on the same page there, but Ryan LeCavalier can’t be too pleased about this.”

Ryan stares at Sutter, then out to Creek. Creek is finally led backwards into the backstage area.

“Psycho in my Head” by Skillet plays as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a still for Syren vs. Kimberly Williams.

Sharper: “This could be a wild one. Kimberly Williams still hates Syren. And she’s still waiting for an Underground Title shot. So she’s ready to go. Syren needs a win. They meet, next, here on Breakdown!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

The scene opens up in a darkened part of the backstage area. We see three men standing in front of someone. They separate as the camera pushes forward as we see Brilliant Sun Princess YUSA, a bandage around her head, sitting on the concrete, leaning against the wall.

YUSA: “So Kim…I bet you’re happy. You bloodied me. You stopped me. You proved me wrong. No…we left someone of ourselves out there. I know I have your respect and you have mine.”

YUSA looks down.

YUSA: “This shouldn’t be so hard.”

She shakes her head.

YUSA: “The rest…they are not ready. They have been misled. They have been wasted since their beginnings, while I am the one all are talking about. As they should. They should have always been talking about me, not YUYO. Well, the Shining Maidens have evolved…the excess has been cut. There is only one Shining Maiden now as I sit here in Germany.”

YUSA looks out.

YUSA: “I’m done being disrespected. I’m done being judged for when I’ve done nothing wrong. I’m done being overlooked because I’m different. The Shining Maiden WILL rise!”

The scene slowly fades out.

We open back live to see William Heaven talking to Waylon Creek. James Evans is noticeably there too.

Heaven: “You need to keep focused. Keep on the right path, Waylon. There are bigger things than your obsession with her.”

Creek says nothing.

Heaven: “I know…she is needling you. You need to ignore her. You are going to be bigger than her. She may have the title of Star of Tomorrow. You WILL be that and no one can say different. Just focus. Go to Legion.”

Creek nods and heads off. James walks over to Heaven.

Heaven: “Make sure he’s focused.”

James: “And Sutter?”

Heaven: “I’ll throw some money at it. Just like we need to buy time with Asher. He’ll get his after tonight. We’re going to get exactly what we want tonight.”

James: “I hope so.”

James heads off as Heaven sighs and then grabs his phone. He starts to dial as we cut away.

Syren vs. Kimberly Williams

The lights in the arena plunge into darkness. A pulsing sound akin to a heartbeat plays out across the PA system as the fans cheer. We cut to the backstage area we see Syren, in her full ring gear, complete with black ring jacket and pink halter-top/black tights, with the SCW Adrenaline Championship around her waist, making her way down a corridor, accompanied by Lexy Chapel dressed in a long skirt and t-shirt that reads ‘REJOICE, LEXY NATION’. She begins walking into the arena as we cut back to inside to see the fans reacting. “Groupie” by Cassie Steele then hits as we see one of the doors opening and Syren and Lexy walking through. She pauses to take in the atmosphere before walking down toward the ring.

Sinfully Seductive

Captivatingly Corrupt

DARK FANTASY

Syren and Lexy both walk down the walkway to the crowd barricade, occasionally slapping the hands of fans, before walking around and through the timekeeper’s area. Syren jumps up onto the apron before climbing the turnbuckles on the outside and waving her hands to get the fans fired up. As the camera gets closer to her, she shouts at the camera before pointing out at the fans. The camera switches to Lexy who yells about her client and the ‘Lexy Nation’ appreciating them.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a thirty minute time limit. Introducing first, being accompanied by Lexy Chapel and representing LexyCorp International, hailing from Los Angeles, California, this is SYREN!”

Syren smiles before leaping over the top rope, dropping to her knees in the ring, posing with both her arms outstretched, palms facing up. Lexy rolls into the ring and stands over her, pointing down at her client. She offers both her hands to Syren, pulling her up. Syren takes off her ring jacket and hands that to Lexy. She climbs up on the middle rope, posing for a moment and then jumping back down and standing in her corner with Lexy as her music fades out.

Sharper: “Syren returning to action here in 2025. Dogfight in Dusseldorf was not a good night for her. Asher Hayes defeating her. But now, back stateside, she’s hoping a trip here, to Madison Square Garden, can get her back to the winning ways she has been known for.”

Knots: “Yeah, but she’s facing someone who’s not just nuts, but may never forgive her. Ever!”

The lights go out, except for a single spotlight at the top of the stage. The opening chords to “Patient Number 9” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play.  A haunting voice is heard…

"Is there a way out of here?"
"Hey, how long you been here?"
"I wanna go home"
"Hey, hahaha"
"Hahaha"
"Excuse me, could you tell how to get out of here?"
"Hahaha"
"I want to go home"
"Hahaha"
"Mommy, mommy"

The song begins to rage full bore now.  Suddenly the lights come back on and Kimberly Williams is standing at the top of the stage to a loud, mostly positive, reaction from the fans.  A sinister smirk is on her face as she ponders what she is about to do tonight.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Boston, Massachusetts, she is the Woman Scorned, the Wild Card, Kimberly Williams!”

She winks at the fans before pointing towards the ring and making a beeline towards it.  She slides into the ring underneath the bottom rope.  Kimberly then poses in the center of the ring to another loud reaction from the fans.  The music slowly dies down and Kimberly goes to a corner to await the start of the match.

Sharper: “Kimberly Williams said on social media she would aim to maim and injure Syren. These two have lots of history. Infamous manipulated Marie Jones and Kimberly Williams back in the day.”

Knots: “Yeah, and Kim is not someone you want as an enemy. Then again, we think she’s one hundred percent. Her and YUSA had an absolute bloodbath in Dusseldorf!”

The bell sounds and Kimberly runs at right at Syren. Syren gets her hands up as Kim nails her with a hard right and then another and another before running Syren over to the corner. She drives her face first into the top turnbuckle and then drives her in again and again before Syren elbows Kim in the ribs. She hits a palm strike to the jaw of Kim. Syren then forearms her in the jaw once and then again and again before kicking her in the ribs. She fires Kim into the ropes. Kim bounces off and Syren goes for a hip toss. Kim blocks it as the crowd roars and Kim then drops down into a rolling leg scissors into a knee bar. Syren moves to the ropes as Kim grabs at the leg.

Sharper: “And Kim and Syren going right at it. This is just a fight right now!”

Knots: “I’m waiting for the hair pulling and the eye gouging. It’s not Underground rules.”

Sharper: “No it’s not, but Kim may decide to turn it that way.”

Syren is pushed off by Kim. Kim rolls over and gets up. Syren heads over to Kim and kicks her in the ribs. She hooks her head and hits a vertical suplex. Syren gets up and hits an elbow dorp. She goes for the pin.

Sharper: “Kim is having a blast out there. Just throwing Syren off guard.”

Knots: “You think she’s coming one way and Kim just threw that out just to choke her because she could!”

Sharper: “And we’ve seen Kim violent or aggressive, but never to the point of seemingly driven by some hatred. There’s more of that here. Kim’s enjoying herself. She can play to her worst intuitions!”

Kim rolls back into the ring. Syren starts to get up and Kim grabs her and drives her down with a drop toe hold. She then gets up and hits an elbow drop before moving and going for a crossface. Syren yells out as Kim pulls back. Syren however quickly moves to the ropes. Kim holds on, using the five count for added damage.

Knots: “That’s why you don’t go to Kim’s Chiropractics. You may come in, but you’re not walking out!”

Kim kicks out. Syren rolls off. Kim rolls over and slowly starts to get up, moving to the corner.

Sharper: “Syren finally gets Kim down with a big missile dropkick. Finally stopping that offense.”

Knots: “But getting her down and keeping her down are two things. Kim is like a sith right now that wants to kill Yoda. And Yoda is Syren.”

Sharper: “I don’t even what to figure that out.”

Syren then runs over and nails Kim with a hard forearm. She blasts her again and then pulls her out and then scoops her up and slams her down. Kim winces and Syren hits the Blonde Satisfaction. Syren goes for the lateral press.

Syren turns around and Kim hits a jawbreaker and then kicks Syren in the ribs before hitting a mat slam. She then rolls her through to her hands and knees, placing her legs on the bottom rope. Kim runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a running senton to her back. The crowd ohs. She rolls Syren over and hooks the leg.

Sharper: “Again to the back! The impact! The weight!”

Syren gets her shoulder up. Kim then turns and grabs her arm and starts to turn her over. She then spins around and goes for a camel clutch, but Syren fights it and then slides through Kim’s legs. Kim spins around and holds onto Syren and pulls her up, but Syren suddenly jumps up and pulls her into the Golden Blonde. Kim staggers and turns around and Syren blasts her with a superkick. The crowd ohs. Kim falls to the ropes. Lexy clears her throat.

Lexy: “SUPERKICK!”

Kim however doesn’t go down and nails Syren with a superkick of her own. Syren falls to the ropes and bounces off.

Lexy: “Hey!”

Kim staggers only for Syren to pop back and hit a second superkick, knocking Kim down.

Lexy: “SOIREE!”

Lexy smiles as Syren drops down and rolls through for the pin.

Kim gets her shoulder up.

Sharper: “And Kim kicks out. The Superkick Soiree.”

Knots: “Three of em! Only two planned if you’re Lexy!”

Sharper: “But only a two for Syren!”

Kim rolls over as Syren starts to get up and walks over to Kim. She grabs her and then turns and goes to whip her into the ropes, but Kim grabs her and sends Syren up and over the top rope and to the floor. Syren rolls through. (1) She starts to get up as Kim then exits through the apron and drops down. (1) She grabs Syren by the head and hair and then goes to run her into the barricade, but Syren spins through and sends Kim in. (2) Kim falls to a knee. Syren turns and kicks Kim a couple of times in the ribs. (3) She then grabs Kim and Kim then pushes Syren back and falls to a knee. Just as she does this though, we see Colleen MacDonald running down from the back. She runs over and grabs Syren and then just turns and nails her with a hard right. The crowd ohs and boos as the bell sounds. Colleen then slides the Underground Championship belt that was on her shoulder down. Kim starts to get up and Colleen runs at her and nails her with the Underground Championship. The crowd ohs as Kim hits the mats and rolls over. Colleen then walks around as the crowd gives a mixed reaction. Lexy looks around stunned.

Sharper: “Colleen MacDonald is down here. The Underground Champion-“

Knots: “Kim says she’s next. Is Colleen just making it obvious? Why not just tell her? Why attack her? Why cost her this match?!”

Sharper “Attacking Syren. Just interjecting herself…wait, listen.”

Colleen leans down to Kim.

Colleen: “Now…you’re pissed off. Train me, Kim… come on! Tell me I shouldn’t hold this!”

Kim starts to lift her head, laughing as Colleen then jumps up and does a hip drop to Kim’s head. The crowd ohs. Colleen turns as Syren starts to get up and Lexy then heads over and spins Colleen around. Colleen shoves Lexy back. Lexy falls back and Syren heads over and grabs her and then steps up and Colleen just looks at her. She then ignores Syren and walks past her. Syren turns and looks at her and then back at Kim before pushing past Syren. She heads to the back.

Sharper: “And then the disrespect to Syren! Colleen MacDonald with a statement here.”

Knots: “Well Kim…how about it?!”

The scene fades out.

Billy Heaven Jr. vs. La Pequena Luz

SCW Interim United States Championship

“Believe In Tomorrow” by Sunflower’s Garden begins to play as bright white lights begin flickering on and off on the stage in rhythm with the music. La Pequeña Luz skips out onto the stage with the kind of smile that could light up an entire room all on its own plastered to her face, dancing a bit to her theme song and waving her arms in an attempt to get the crowd pumped up, drawing cheers. The SCW World Tag Team Championship is over her shoulder while the interim United States Championship is around her waist.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall, with TV Time remaining, and is for the SCW interim United States Championship! First, on her way to the ring, accompanied by Amelia Nevado, from Tulancingo, Hidalgo, Mexico, she is one half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions, and the reigning and defending SCW interim United States Champion, she is La Pequena Luz!”

As she looks down towards the ring, the smile fades as something seems to flicker through her mind, but she’s snapped out of the trance as Amelia Nevado slowly makes her way out, placing a comforting hand on Luz’s shoulder. With a quick kiss to her cheek, Luz’s smile returns as the two proceed to lock hands before heading down to the ring, Amelia trying her best to keep up with Luz’s energetic skipping. Once they reach ringside, Luz pulls Amelia into a brief but passionate kiss before letting her go as she hops up onto the apron, grabbing the top rope before vaulting herself into a somersault into the ring, landing on her feet. Luz begins skipping around the ring, motioning once more for the fans to make some noise as they answer this call while Amelia takes her place in Luz’s corner on the floor, chuckling to herself and shaking her head at Luz’s energy. Luz removes her robe and hands it off to Amelia, who gives some last minute advice and words of encouragement as she does so. Amelia also take her Tag Title, while Luz hands off the US Championship to Aaron Demitra, the official.

Sharper: “La Pequena Luz did not think she would be in action tonight, but one of the shots dictated, a result of the Fall of Man winning at Dogfight in Dusseldorf was for Billy Heaven Jr. to get a US Title shot.”

Knots: “They were insistent tonight. They’re being aggressive.”

Sharper: “Billy was in a neck brace earlier. I don’t get what is happening here. He’s apparently cleared.”

Knots: “Mind games?”

Sharper: “You and I both saw Dumont piledrive him. And I don’t think Billy Heaven Jr. is that good of an actor!”

Do it baby! Do what I should think!
Do it-do it baby, do what I could think!

The opening polyphonic strokes of Tommy Richman’s “Million Dollar Baby” hit the PA, and the crowd immediately turns to boos. The stage lights intensify in brightness. Through the light, we can see the outline of an emerging competitor.

I AIN’T EVER REP A SET BABY!

A two-step through the light and into the ramp, Billy Heaven pops onto the scene in his wrestling gear, a very large pair of sunglasses on his face. The neck brace remains around his neck.

I AIN’T DO NO WRONG!

A shimmy and a hard stop.

I COULD CLEAN UP GOOD FOR YA! OH I KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG!

A sharp three-hundred degree pivot on the ball of his foot, a crisp landing in a split-legged stance, left hand pointing to the sky.

‘CAUSE I WANNA MAKE IT, SO BADLY!

A sharp return of his upward pointed hand into an intense pump, thrust, and strut forward.

I’M A MILLION DOLLA BAYBAY, DON’T AT ME!

And with that said, Billy Heaven Jr. obnoxiously smiles pointing to the crowd as he makes his way down to the ring. He briefly stops, holding his neck, before then continuing on his way. The cameras gets a close up shot of his face showing him with the outline of a teardrop under his eye.

Phillips: “Her opponent, the challenger, from Los Angeles, California, representing The Fall of Man, he is Billy Heaven Jr.!”

Knots: “Holy crap! He killed a man!”

Sharper: “What?”

Knots: “That’s new. That wasn’t there earlier. Wait? Have we seen Harold?”

Sharper: “Good lord….”

Knots: “Mind games sharper! Mind games! This man is ready for war. He’s been through war. He’s lost, he’s hurt, but he’s a champion!”

He reaches the ring. He grabs at the bottom rope and lifts his leg up. He grabs his neck collar and gingerly rolls in under the ropes. He slowly gets up, using the ropes to get up and then gets up and outstretches his arms to receive his less than warm ovation, but it does not seem to register. He takes his sunglasses off and sets them on the top turnbuckle before standing on the second rope, leg over the top, bringing his hands together in a prayer. “Milllon Dollar Baby” dies out.

Sharper: “Billy Heaven in the ring…he does not look ready…”

Knots: “Luz is just looking at him. I get the sportsmanship and what not, but come on. Get in there. He’s the man in front of you. He’s been cleared. And here we go.”

The bell sounds as Luz turns to Demitra and then turns to Billy. Billy just smirks.

Billy: “Come on baddie. Bring it here. Daddy’s gonna make you a bit lighter!”

Billy gives a come here motion with both of his hands as Luz looks around and then points out the neck brace. Amelia looks on.

Sharper: “Luz still concerned. Billy is still wearing that neck brace.”

Knots: “It’s for protection!”

Sharper: “So he shouldn’t be in there!”

Knots: “Protected from future piledrivers!”

Luz continues to talk to Demitra before Billy Heaven runs over and rolls up Luz, but can’t hold on as he winces. Luz rolls through. She gets up and looks at Billy. Billy then turns and kicks her in the ribs.

Billy Jr.: “I know. I’m intimidating. I survived EVERYTHING thrown at me!”

Billy then grabs Luz and whips her into the corner. Luz however stops herself. Billy runs after and Luz elbows him. He spins around and then turns and Luz looks at him. Billy Jr. looks at her.

Billy Jr.: “If you’re paralyzed by facing a stud like me. I’m gonna just glow up that US title. You can stan me after.”

Billy then lunges at Luz, but Luz ducks and spins around him and throws him down with a school boy.

Billy Jr. kicks out and holds his neck. Luz looks at him as Demitra checks on him. Billy starts to move to the ropes. He holds his hand up, holding his neck and the brace. He then gets up as Luz sighs, shaking her head. Just then, Billy turns and lunges and nails Luz with a Yakuza kick. Billy winces as he holds his neck too. Luz hits the mat.

Billy Jr.: “Time to finna catch these hands. We can make up after, brah!”

Billy Jr. then grabs Luz as she gets up and whips her into the ropes. The crowd boos as Billy scoops her up and into a blue thunder bomb. He stays down for the pin.

Billy rolls back and struggles to do so. He falls back, holding his head, clearly in pain, the neck brace hampering him. He gets up and Luz gets up and Billy clubs her in the back once and then again before he hits a shoot kick. She falls into the ropes and Billy then whips her across again and she bounces off. Billy steps up only for Luz to jump up and snap him off with a frankensteiner. Billy rolls over, holding his head and moving to the ropes.

Sharper: “And Luz finally with an offensive move. Billy Jr. taking advantage of Luz’s sportsmanship and care.”

Knots: “Well the brace is hampering him a bit. Couldn’t even roll through there.”

Sharper: “And he’s wincing an awful lot. I still struggle to see how he can be in there.”

Billy starts to get up and Luz runs to the ropes and jumps to the middle rope before diving back with a dropkick. Billy falls to the mat. Luz goes for the pin.

Billy grabs the bottom rope. Luz looks up and Billy pulls himself under the bottom rope to the floor. He then starts to walk around the ring. (1) Luz watches him and then looks around, shaking her head. (2) Billy limps over to the ringpost and leans on it and then starts to head over to the area by the entrance way. Luz then heads over to the ropes and then stops and shakes her head, turning back to the middle of the ring.

Sharper: “Luz, having a crisis of character here.”

Knots: “She wants to not be champion, that’s fine. Just lie down then.”

Billy sees this and runs to the ring, rolling in. He grits his teeth and winces and then runs over and awkwardly tackles Luz, grabbing her and turning her over into a pinning hold.

Luz kicks out. Both get up and Billy loses Luz only for Luz to run at him and go up before spinning through into La Magica! Billy yells in pain as Luz starts to pull back on the arm. Demitra checks on him. Billy yells out as Luz keeps pulling back. Billy then starts to tap out frantically with his other arm. The crowd roars as Demitra calls for the bell. The bell sounds. Luz immediately lets go and rolls away. Billly rolls over, holding his arm in pain, clutching it with his other arm.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via submission, and STILL SCW interim United States Champion, La Pequena Luz!”

Sharper: “Luz found a way to not strike the neck. To take Billy down-“

Knots: “His arm! I think she broke his arm!”

Sharper: “Oh give me a break. That may be possible, but Luz immediately let go the moment he tapped. Luz retains the title and now next week, on Breakdown, she will face and defend the title again, this time against Asher Hayes who will get the title shot he was promised from Fatal Fortunes!”

Luz has her arm raised, but she pulls away, as Amelia hands her the interim US Championship and her tag title. She enters the ring and goes to raise her arm, but Luz shakes her head. She looks at Billy Heaven Jr. who continues to writhe in pain, now holding his arm.

Just then, the scene opens up backstage. We see Xander Valentine in the backstage area, World Championship over his shoulder. CHBK walks into the area.

Xander: “So…what the hell is this?”

CHBK: “I have an idea, but I’d rather be sure. I think we now know why certain decisions were made.”

Then, we see William Heaven walking into the area with Xander and CHBK looking up. Waylon Creek walks with him and smiles as James Evans and Giovanni Aries stand behind him.

Heaven: “Alex…Xander…thanks for meeting me here.”

Xander just looks at Waylon.

Heaven: “Told you that the first day of SCW’s life was on the horizon. Well, here’s the date it gets set in stone.”

Heaven then hands CHBK a manila envelope.

Heaven: “Xander, you’ll know what it is. Thank you for your part in us being here today. Fate suggested you’d be the man who is served up to Waylon Creek here at Retribution. Your title on the line.”

CHBK: “And I’m sure Billy is on bored with you using his contract his way.”

Heaven: “He will be. He got a title shot. We just spread the wealth around.”

Xander meanwhile continues to look at Waylon.

Heaven: “Waylon here is gonna make sure to make that Trios contract the most important cash-in in SCW history.”

Waylon then steps forward and looks at Xander. Xander looks at him. The two brawlers stand across from one another.

Xander: “You just made a big mistake.”

Creek doesn’t say anything, looking at Xander as the scene slowly fades to black…
