We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the Kaseya Arena in Miami, Florida. The crowd cheers as pyro shoots out from the base of the stage. The display continues for a few moments before spotlights circle the arena, and the cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.

Sharper: “We have arrived in South Beach as Breakdown comes to you live!”

The cameras continue to pan the crowd before we cut to ringside and the announce position where Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots sit.

Sharper: “Folks, only one more stop after tonight and then it’s Rise to Greatness. And we’re happy to be with you. I’m Adam Sharper-“

Knots: “And I’m the Silver Tongued Devil of SCW, Jonathan Knots!:

Sharper: “That he is and tonight, a huge main event. Glory Braddock will go one on one with Waylon Creek!”

Knots: “Braddock looks to be walking into hell. But Giovanni Aries also going to be in action. After his call last week, looks like CHBK has a problem with Fall of Man. He’ll face Sal Darius.”

Sharper: “All that and more. A huge tag match that will see Kimberly Williams and Colleen MacDonald team up to face Dexter Grant and Enigma. All that and more!”

We see a list of scrambled letters flowing down the screen as we then see the lights stop to highlight “Tommy Valentine” before highlighting “Kandis” and then highlighting “The Connection.” “Trenches” by Pop Evil starts to play as the crowd cheers.

Kandis and Tommy Valentine walk out from the back. Tommy wears shorts with an opened shirt, while Kandis wears a bikini top and bottoms, covered only by a netted skirt. The two stop and look around as the crowd roars.

Sharper: “Looks like the Connection just walked off the beach!”

Knots: “Good to know they’re taking things seriously!”

Kandis just smirks as Tommy nods, enjoying it. They then turn and talk to one another before starting to head to the ring. The crowd continues to cheer as they make their way down to the ring. Kandis heads over to the steel steps and walks up them, Tommy admiring the view before she steps into the ring. Tommy then runs up and walks along the apron and enters the ring. Kandis and Tommy then both go to opposite corners and look out at the crowd before Tommy hops down. Tommy walks over to the corner and demands two microphone. SCW ring announcer Jason Phillips obliges, handing two microphones to Tommy. Tommy takes one and turns, handing the other to Kandis. Kandis smirks as the music fades out.

Kandis: “Don’t mind us. We just had a nice relaxing day at the beach and we just figured why get changed when it can save a step later.”

The crowd roars. Tommy smirks.

Tommy: “And that’s not because we’re celebrating anything tonight. Outside of the fact that we can finally end all of this that has been going around and around for nearly three months now. Josh Hudson’s still a prick. His boys got a lucky one off us. We wanted to let them prove it wasn’t a fluke. Josh said no.”

Tommy walks around the ring.

Kandis: “But then let’s not forgot that even though it’s ancient history, Konrad Raab still has a hard-on for us and not in the useful way. After embarrassing himself for months being the gimp to the Jackals, he’s still upset that we moved on and aimed higher than him. Well, Konrad…you’ve got your shot.”

Tommy: “And we even get your heir apparent…putting a lot on the kid, huh, Konrad. So I hope Kemal is up for it. Because while I know what Konrad is aiming for…and trust me, herr Raab, I won’t be hard to find. We also have to deal with Josh ‘I actually have to have my team show up’ Hudson and the Product. And here’s the kicker…”

Kandis: “What’s that? They’re going to have to tape it down just to be able to walk straight, let alone think it-“

Tommy: “Don’t give them ideas. Although you come out in something like that, they may not make it to the ring.”

Kandis: “I assume if they’re related to Josh – one of them probably is too intense and may just have a hemorrhage when the blood leaves their brain.”

Tommy: “But that’s not what I’m talking about. I’m talking about how they’ll have to do what we were going to give them a chance anyways…because it’s triple threat and that means, this isn’t going to be a fun little catch-as-catch-can classic.”

Kandis: “Although we can do that.”

Tommy: “Oh no. The EFN is going to get what they want and that’s if they want to use weapons. They can. But so can we. And we’ve proved we’re up to that a couple of weeks ago. I wonder about the Product.”

Kandis: “Are they even here this week? Do they know how to leave New Orleans?”

Tommy: “Let alone the fact that they may forget how to wrestle. I mean we trained a lot before we returned.”

Kandis smirks.

Tommy: “But at some point you need to ring time. And they’ve been oddly lacking and-“

“Duality” by Slipknot plays. The crowd boos as the cameras turns to the stage.

Kandis: “There we go. You goaded the man enough.”

Tommy: “Probably struggling to hear.”

Kandis: “I have heard Bree has woken up neighbours before.”

Tommy: “How’d you find that out?”

Kandis smirks as Josh Hudson walks out from the back, flanked by Isaac Stone and Alex Hudson. Josh just shakes his head.

Josh: “A nice little comedy show, but let me remind you of one thing…until last week, you were pissing all over your legacy, while these two hold a win over you.”

Josh pauses only briefly, holding his hand out.

Josh: “It’s why you deserve the EFN. The Product is the only team here that holds a win over both teams and guess what…that’s why we moved on. We don’t need to face you again.”

Alex looks at Josh as Isaac looks at Alex.

Kandis: “Guess you want them to be second-guessed every moment. Then again, your second chance didn’t go so well did it? Right? In Dusseldorf? And you’ve had a rage going on since.”

Josh: “Konrad never should’ve been in there and had I won, I’d be World Champion, and better yet, the Fall of Man would have been dealt with. But instead, after someone’s dumb decision, I elected to focus on the future. And it’s right here.”

Tommy: “Too bad the only place we can see them compete is in the past!”

Josh scoffs as Alex motions to go to the ring, but Josh stops him.

Josh: “While you can make your jokes and you’ve been dealing with the EFN, I’ve been getting them booked against hungry young talent all over the Southern United States. They are going to be ready at Rise to Greatness. The question you need to ask yourself is when you lose again, are we even talking about the Connection in the top five teams in SCW anymore? Because you’re not going to be any closer to a Tag Title shot. The Product is the future of the sport. Count on it. And with me guiding them…they’re not going to make the mistakes you both do. By the way, Tommy…how’s the knee? Kandis…your head-“

Kandis: “Hey Josh, how about you come here and kiss my ass?”

The crowd roars.

Josh: “You’d love that. You’re just going to be dumped on your ass when they’re done with you. They’ve beaten you once. We’ve wiped the floor with the EFN. Rise to Greatness will be a cakewalk.”

The crowd roars as Josh turns and we see Konrad Raab and Kemal Yilmaz stepping forward. Ginny Raab, Dakon Theron, Oskar Theron, and Ludvig Eriksson stand behind him. Konrad and Kemal start to walk forward. Josh starts to back his team down the rampway.

Konrad: “You talk far too much.”

The crowd roars.

Konrad: “Josh…I hope you’re ready to tell your kid and his partner, that Rise to Greatness will be a night they will never forget and not because they will win. But because I will finally get the revenge on three people who have wronged me and I will show Kemal Yilmaz how the EFN truly does business.”

Konrad steps forward as Josh Hudson keeps stepping back.

Konrad: “Because I will get revenge on you by removing this future you’ve developed and will replace it with one I am. And then I will turn to Kandis and Tommy…and they won’t be worrying about their knee or the head. They will be worried about how many transfusions they’ll need just to stabilize.”

Tommy: “Konrad…just bring it now then. I’ll bloody your ass.”

Konrad: “Don’t tempt me, Tommy!”

Tommy: “Bring it bitch. To the Product, this is how you can find your balls!”

Konrad then turns and steps up and Josh Hudson backs Alex and Issac up, but they turn and run to the ring. The crowd erupts as Kandis and Tommy then step up and Josh turns and looks back. He turns and Raab clotheslines him down. Josh falls to the mat as Alex gets up and Tommy nails him with a hard right. Alex fires back as Isaac and Kandis start to fight. Isaac knocks Kandis down, but this causes her to take off her mesh dress and when Isaac grabs her, she wraps it around his neck and starts to choke her. The EFN then hits the ring as the crowd erupts. Kandis keeps the choke on Isaac as Konrad goes for Tommy. Tommy throws Alex down and Konrad and Tommy start trade blows. Eriksson goes after Alex as Dakon and Oskar go after Isaac Stone, while Kemal suplexes Kandis own. The crowd ohs. Konrad and Tommy keep trading blows as Kandis rolls over, wincing in pain. Kemal grabs her and pulls her up and tries to lock in a guillotine choke, but Kandis spears him back into the corner. Kandis then gets up and leans her ass into his face as officials and road agents run down from the back.

Sharper: “Pandemonium starting us off in Miami!”

Knots: “Ass to the face!”

Sharper: “Kemal getting his face grinded into by Kandis. Tommy and Konrad trading blows. The EFN going after the Product as Josh Hudson stands on the floor, watching this all, gobsmacked!”

Josh looks on as Isaac Stone clubs at Dakon and Oskar, while they fire back at him. Tommy and Konrad grab one another and try to pull each other down, but both nail each other with other blows before Kandis steps away from Yilmaz. She then looks around as Alex Hudson fighting Ludvig Eriksson. Officials enter, starting to run between all of the various parties. The crowd roars as Konrad yells at Tommy. Tommy yells back as Josh Hudson walks around to get the attention of Alex. Kandis turns to Kemal who now is trying to get to her, stopped by officials. Kandis smirks as officials hold her back. The crowd continues to roar before the scene cuts to the announce position.

Sharper: “Welcome to ringside. We’re trying to get order here. While this is happening, the SCW COO, Alex Desoubrais, CHBK himself, is considering what Giovanni Aries pitched last week. We closed Breakdown with Aries standing in the ring, the World Championship above his head. He wants a ladder match. He wants a match to make Xander and Cid and Selena potentially risk their careers for the title.”

Knots: “He’s just pointing it out. We talk about who is the best. Who is this? Who is that? Yes, the World Title represents that, but more people put value into holding the title!”

Sharper: “Are you telling me that Xander or Cid, or even Selena, care more about holding the title than representing SCW as the symbol of excellence? What about the Shinigami Foundation?”

Knots: “They seem to care a lot about holding that belt though. Making it shiny. Cid Turner, that’s what he was all about. Xander Valentine wanted it to vindicate his career!”

Sharper: “You’re spitting on everything they do, Jon. And all because why? Why are you so sold on what the Fall of Man is doing?”

Knots: “Maybe I have a problem with those who got opportunities before them or who fetishized the title, okay!?

Sharper: “Either way, we know CHBK is actively working on trying to figure out a solution. Rumour has it that there are notable concerns about the potential injury risk involving both Xander and Cid. We hope to find out later tonight.”

Knots: “Meanwhile, Giovanni Aries…he’s going to be in action!”

Sharper: “And much more to come tonight!”

The cameras pan across the crowd as the scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

David Striker stands backstage with Kyle Gibson and Irvine. Striker holds a tablet in front of them.

Striker: “See….Oh yeah….”

Striker smiles, almost beaming.

Striker: “This is what we need…what I need…Polly…maybe others. But I know I need this. A perfect solution to moving on from Fall of Man. A perfect solution to getting me back on track.”

Gibson: “Would be wild.”

Striker: “No. Not just wild. Damn sure insane. I mean I came in here and went right after Kim and we nearly killed each other out there for the love of the game. And this….it needs to be back.”

Jaina Lancaster then starts to walk over to them.

Jaina: “Hey, David…what’s going on? You sound excited. Making headway with Polly. She’s about to be in action.”

Striker: “That’s on her and I hope she does well. I’m looking at this.”

Striker turns the table around showcasing one of the Scaffold Scramble matches from Rise to Greatness past.

Jaina: “The Scaffold Scramble.”

Striker: “Hell yeah. A bunch of people all fighting for an opportunity. Some may make it. All putting their careers on the line for that shot. I used to do that every week and that’s what’s been missing. Not just that rush, but that chance to punch through the ceiling to the next level.”

Jaina: “Have you talked to CHBK about it?”

Striker scoffs.

Striker: “Him and I don’t always get along.”

Jaina: “That’s more because you’ve run headlong into things. Haven’t you seen everything with Dumont. He’s been trying to get him his revenge. And you would’ve been part of it. Just pitch it to him.”

Just then, Simon Lyman comes into view.

Simon: “Uh-“

David Striker steps around as Irvine steps forward, ready to strike.

Simon: “Whoa! I’m not Ryan. I’m not Ryan and trust me, Knots deserves everything just for being willing to work with that rat. It’s Simon.”

Spencer Pryce then comes into view.

Pryce: “I can vouch. I’d not be this close to Ryan without killing him.”

Simon: “Look, you may have a rough relationship with CHBK. I don’t have the best…but I don’t think he’s going to say no when I’m not sure how many chances I’ll have.”

Pryce: “Wait. You want to be in it? You struggle to walk sometimes-“

Simon: “And I’m not going to half ass things either. So…”

Pryce: “I can’t-“

Simon: “Not getting your permission. David…you okay if I do the honours?”

Striker: “Just make sure nothing’s changed from the original. I’ve got some kick ass ideas.”

Simon: “Done.”

Simon then smiles, turning to Jaina.

Simon: “Excuse me.”

Simon steps past Jaina as Spencer, stunned, follows and the scene cuts away.

Polly Pingotti vs. Chris Lawler

SCW Television Championship

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot. A few seconds pass, which is when an open field is shown up on the SCW tron. A flock of birds rise up from the tall grass and fly away as the sound of a piano can be heard playing, leading into the opening of "Bird Set Free" by Sia. The moment the opening words are heard, Polly steps out from the back wearing a black skirt and matching black halter top, wheeling out a small red wagon with her right hand. She stops and stands at the forefront of the stage. She looks up at the tron to see one straggling bird rise up from the grass all by its lonesome. Polly admires the one small bird that begins to fly away now too until Sia reaches the chorus, which is when she turns around as a pair of pyros goes off on each side of the entranceway. The nearest camera catches her piercing bright green eyes as she begins to walk down the ramp and down to the ring. The crowd has an aura of uncertainty as they all watch her go.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a fifteen minute time limit and is for the SCW Television Championship. First, the challenger, making her way to the ring, from Panguitch, Utah, Polly Pingotti!”

No smile comes to Polly's face as her unmistakable green eyes are just locked on the ring in front of her. Polly then goes to the steel ring steps, parks her small red wagon, and then walks up the steps and gets into the ring. Once inside the ring she stands right in the middle, closes her eyes, and presents a flying motion. She opens her eyes back up and light on her feet chooses a corner of the ring to wait in. She crosses her arms in front of her and starts tapping her left foot, looking now to the stage so she can look into the eyes of her opponent.

Sharper: “Polly Pingotti may have a match that has more meaning to her than others here. The TV Title was what started to push to the top. She felt in control. Losing that title, and since, she’s been increasingly more unstable, more aggressive, trying to figure out her place.”

Knots: “She may want it and she may want to get it back. But again, is it in her eyes a step forward, a return, what is it? Either way, she clearly values that title and much like her opponent, Chris Lawler, they’ve put a lot of their professional success riding on it.”

The dimmed lights cast an atmosphere of anticipation as the arena falls into darkness, the only illumination coming from the pulsating strobe lights. The crowd's murmurs fade into a hush as the opening chords of "Warrior" by Imagine Dragons reverberate through the speakers, electrifying the air with anticipation.

From the depths of the darkness, a figure emerges, his silhouette outlined against the backdrop of flashing lights. With each step, the floor trembles beneath his feet, echoing the determination that propels him forward. It's Chris Lawler, a titan among men, his presence commanding attention as he strides purposefully down the entrance ramp. The SCW Television Championship is around his waist.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Nashville, Tennessee, he is the SCW Television Champion, Chris Lawler!”

His eyes, a piercing shade of blue, remain fixed on the ring ahead, unwavering in their focus as if they could pierce through the very fabric of reality. Ignoring the cacophony of cheers and jeers that surround him, Lawler remains resolute in his mission, his gaze locked on the squared circle where his destiny awaits. As Lawler reaches the foot of the ring, the strobe lights reach a crescendo, bathing him in a pulsating glow of light and shadow. With a subtle nod to the crowd, Lawler ascends the steel steps, each footfall a testament to his unwavering determination. Finally, he steps between the ropes, his presence filling the ring with an aura of intensity and purpose. Standing tall in the center of the ring, Lawler raises his gaze to the heavens, a silent vow etched upon his features. He hands off the title as the SCW Television Championship logo comes across the screen. The official, Steve Hollinsworth, holds the title over his head and hands it off.

Sharper: “Lawler having the second of his notable reigns with this title and he seems to have picked up where he was before.”

Knots: “Yeah. The difference is who he beat for it is right pissed off. And after last week, Lawler – I hope you’re looking over your shoulder! Dante Slayton is coming for you!”

The bell sounds. Polly Pingotti runs at Lawler. Lawler goes to grab her, but Polly slides under his arms. She then jumps up and onto his back. He grabs him and hammers away on the back of his head as Lawler tries to grab her, spinning around as he does before grabbing her by the hair and pulling her down to the mat, slamming her down. Polly rolls over and starts to get up. Lawler follows up with a hard right and Polly falls to the corner. Lawler steps up and nails her with a left and then a right before a couple more shots. The official starting to count.

Lawler whips Polly across the ring. Lawler turns and runs after, but Polly flips up and over to the apron. Lawler turns and goes to grab at her, but Polly fights him off and grabs his head and hits a guillotine drop. Lawler staggers back. Polly then climbs up to the top rope. Lawler turns as Polly hits a crossbody into a pin.

Lawler pushes her off.

Sharper: “And Pingotti off the top rope. Got a two out of it. Lawler almost stunned by it.”

Knots: “Do that again and you win a title. Lawler’s head almost hit the mat.”

Lawler starts to get up and Polly turns and nails him with a series of hard forearm shots to the jaw. Lawler falls to a knee. Polly runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a running dropkick. Lawler hits the mat. Polly goes for the pin.

Lawler kicks out. Both get up and Polly runs at Lawler and hits a flying headscissors. She goes for the pin.

Lawler kicks out again. Both get up and Polly hits another dropkick. This sends Lawler back to the corner. Polly then runs over and jumps to the middle turnbuckle. She hammers away on Lawler as again, the official counts for the break.

Polly drops down as Lawler staggers out of the corner and Polly runs into the ropes, bouncing off with a drive-by facebuster. She goes for another pin.

Lawler kicks out again. Polly rolls off, smacking the mat in anger.

Sharper: “Polly Pingotti relentless in this assault. She’s trying to win this fast!”

Knots: “But showing that frustration again and now she’s going to the top!”

Polly Pingotti gets up and exits to the apron. She then climbs up to the top rope. She looks at Lawler as he gets up and goes for the Bird Set Free, but Lawler sidesteps and pushes her down to the mat. Polly lands back first. She rolls over and gets up and Lawler scoops her up and throws her onto his shoulder before throwing her down with a powerslam. He hooks the leg.

Polly kicks out. She rolls over, wincing in pain, but looking forward, reaching out for the ropes. She grabs them but Lawler spins her around and kicks her in the ribs. He whips her across the ring. Polly bounces off and Lawler hits a snap belly to belly suplex. The crowd ohs. He hooks the leg.

Sharper: “What a suplex! Polly snapped hard into the mat! And the cover!”

Polly gets her shoulder up.

Knots: “And now Lawler is finding out that Polly won’t stay down!”

Polly starts to get up and Lawler grabs her and hits a back suplex. He moves into the ropes, bounces off and hits a running elbow drop. Polly rolls over as Lawler gets up. Polly moves to the ropes. She starts to get up and Lawler nails her with a hard right. Polly staggers back to the corner. Lawler whips her across and then runs across and as she hits, he hits the Blitz Kick. Polly stumbles out and Lawler then turns her around and hits a back suplex into a bridge.

Polly rolls her shoulder up. She rolls over and starts to look around. She starts to get up and Lawler turns and grabs her. He drags her up, but Polly counters with a jawbreaker. Lawler staggers and Polly steps up and hits a chick kick to the jaw. She then runs into the ropes, bounces off and then goes up for a flying headscissors, before spinning through into a facebuster.

Sharper: “Huge counter! Polly spinning through and driving Lawler into the mat.”

Knots: “And Pingotti…well she has her opening. She’s going to the top again!”

Pingotti gets up and moves to the ropes. She exits to the apron. She climbs up to the top rope and look at Lawler, but Lawler rolls over and gets up and goes over to her and grabs her and press slams her off the top rope. Pingotti hits the mat and rolls over. She starts to get up and turns and Lawler kicks her in the ribs and places her head between his legs. He then hoists her up and drops her with a snap powerbomb. The crowd ohs. Pingotti is laid out as Lawler moves to the corner himself. He then exits to the apron and climbs up to the top rope. He looks over at Pingotti and then dives off with the Air Assault. The crowd ohs. He hooks the leg.

Pingotti gets her shoulder up. Lawler rolls over and looks up. He then looks around and then slowly gets up and grabs Pingotti. He starts to hoist her up.

Sharper: “Only two as Lawler back on Pingotti.”

Knots: “Both are relentless in their own ways. The TV Title, we said it, means so much to both of them!”

Lawler presses Pingotti over his head, but Pingotti then slides down behind him. She jumps onto his back and locks in a sleeper hold. The crowd looks on as Lawler reaches out and falls to a knee. Polly keeps the hold on as Lawler keeps starting to fade. He ends up on his hands and knees. At this point, Polly actually lets go and backs up and kicks Lawler in the stomach. He rolls to his back and then hits a jumping double stomp the chest. The crowd ohs. Lawler rolls over, holding his chest. Polly falls to the ropes. She exits to the apron and climbs up to the top rope. Lawler starts to get up and looks up and Polly dives off and hits the Bird Set Free!

Sharper: “And Pingotti hits it this time. The Bird Set Free! And Lawler down!”

Knots: “Third time, I guess, is the charm.”

Polly turns as Lawler starts to get up and Polly kicks him in the ribs and jumps up, driving him down with the Polly Pop. The crowd roars as Polly hooks the leg.

The crowd roars and the bell sounds. Polly rolls over and looks around.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, the NEW SCW Television Champion, Polly Pingotti!”

Sharper: “She’s won the title again! Polly has done it!”

Knots: “And Dante Slayton is going to be upset. No title rematch.”

Sharper: “Right now, that’s secondary. You see a slight smile on Polly Pingotti. That, plus what David Striker is working on, could that set her straight? Lawler’s second run coming to close here in Miami!”

Polly slowly gets up, her arm raised by the official, before turning and handing her the SCW Television Champion. She takes it and looks at it before holding it over his head. We cut backstage as we see Dante Slayton watching on a monitor. He shakes his head as we see Alex Belmont and Wil Pierce watching behind him. Back to the ring, we see Polly just looking at the title as the scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns with Simon Lyman walking up to the office of CHBK, but being stopped by Spencer Pryce.

Simon: “Spencer…”

Pryce: “Are you sure? Look, I know you want that one more run. I know you want that shot. But there are ways to go about it and this is going to be dangerous. Just think of the whispers going around about the potential ladder match stip for the World Title.”

Simon: “Spencer…I get it. But as I said…I’m not here to half ass. I went right at Xander and trust me, that has some of the same hazards. Some said I couldn’t come back. But I’m feeling good. And I don’t want my last memories in this ring to be tarred by my twin brother and by failing against Xander. So…”

Pryce sighs.

Pryce: “Just-“

Simon: “I’ve made up my mind.”

Just then, the door opens as CHBK steps out.

Simon: “Alex…”

Pryce: “Boss.”

CHBK: “You know I have a monitor in my office.”

Lyman turns to Pryce.

CHBK: “And relax…I know why you’re here. Been focused on hashing out the language regarding the World Title match, but…tell David…or maybe he’s watching so he can hear for himself…I’m always up to give opportunity. And he’s right – it may be a great chance, not just for him, or Polly, but others. You, Simon…or even you, Spencer-“

Pryce: “If he’s in it, I am too.”

CHBK: “And I’ll see who else I think deserves that chance for a break. But…Simon…I’m okay with you in it, provide SCW medical clears you. That’s all.”

Simon: “Done. That’s not an issue.”

CHBK: “Just you’re going to follow them…right?”

Simon: “Yeah. I will…”

CHBK: “Good. Now, if you excuse me…”

CHBK turns, walking back into his office. Simon turns to Spencer.

Simon: “You better not be just looking out for him.”

Spencer: “Sorry…but I plan to win.”

Simon: “I wouldn’t expect anything else.”

Simon and Spencer walk off.

Chance Owens vs. Kemal Yilmaz

Wasteland by Pentagram, aka Mezarkabul, plays over the sound system as Kemal, wearing the black and red venom mask comes through the curtain, holding up his Turkey flag, wearing Turkey flame flag shorts with The European Fiery Nation logo attached to his shorts, wearing MMA gloves and wrestling boots with Ginny Raab behind him. He gets many boos as he walks to the ring, ignoring the fans.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a fifteen minute time limit. First, from Istanbul, Turkey, accompanied by Ginny Raab, he is Kemal Yilmaz!”

He jumps up to the ring and gets underneath the ropes before holding them open for Ginny to get in, and he raises his fist in the air, looking at the crowd with Ginny applauding Kemal before he puts himself in a corner. He holds the ropes open again for Ginny to leave the ring before turning to the opposite end of the corner awaiting his opponent, waiting for the match to begin.

Sharper: “Kemal Yilmaz will make his Rise to Greatness debut in a couple of weeks. Big platform. Big match. He’ll be alongside Konrad Raab against the Connection and the Product.”

Knots: “A lot of revenge all set up right there. All available to him and he can help Konrad get it!”

The arena plunges into darkness and a strange noise is heard… It’s almost like it’s a mix of a guitar and a helicopter’s rotor. A mid-tempo drum beat starts up, quickly followed by a rhythmic bass line. Then a VERY familiar voice can be heard.

Enter the arena and hit the lights
Step up now you're in for a ride
this is war, ain't no fun and games
we get it up, you go down in flames

Jagged green lights play across the screen and the stage as a voice that can only belong to the one and only Dave Mustaine growls the lyrics to "Crush 'Em". Spotlights move around near the entranceway and one of them catches someone's right arm in its beam.

Party time, going down
you better not mess us around
the stakes are rich, take a hit or stay
the price is high, someone's gonna pay

The spotlights are still moving around on the stage as the lights on the screen start forming a pattern. One of the moving spotlights dances across someone's left leg.

Heads I win, tails you lose
out of my way I'm coming through
roll the dice don't think twice
and we crush, crush 'em

The lights on the screen settle into a final configuration spelling out the name "Chance Owens". The person in question comes out to stand on the stage under some of the spotlights. Chance shields his eyes for a moment before turning to his left and beckoning to someone. Kelsai Adamson comes from the back to stand beside her partner and nods before pointing to the ring.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Denver, Colorado, accompanied by Kelsai Adamson, he is the Roadblock, Chance Owens!”

Chance nods before heading down the ramp toward the ring, the lights catching the tiny white stones on his forest green fighter's gloves. The crowd cheers and they smile as they touch the hands reaching out to them. Young children are the most eager and Chance is only too happy to oblige them. Once they reach ringside, Kelsai moves off to the side and Chance ascends the steps so he can enter the ring, wiping the soles of his boots on the outside as he does so.

Sharper: “And Chance Owens has Clyde Sutter one his mind. Revenge there also.”

Knots: “We didn’t hear from last week. He’s been stewing for weeks. But Sutter is here. Owens obviously is.”

Sharper: “We expect a lot of fireworks here folks, here in South Beach.”

Owens steps into the ring and Yilmaz runs across. The bell sounds as Yilmaz nails Owens with a hard right and then another and another. Owens falls back into his corner. The official moves over to stop him. Yilmaz however hammers away on Owens with shot after shot after shot.

Yilmaz grabs Owens and whips him across the ring. He turns and runs after and nails him with a running clothesline. Owens staggers out as Kelsai looks on concerned. Owens turns around and Yilmaz drops him with a European uppercut. Owens rolls over and gets up and Yilmaz uppercuts him again. Owens staggers over to the corner. Yilmaz then nails him with a hard right and then another and another, hammering Owens in the corner.

Sharper: “Yilmaz all over Owens here.”

Knots: “Someone’s looking to prove something to a few people. Owens hasn’t even gotten out of the blocks!”

Yilmaz grabs Owens and throws him down to the mat. He then steps over and goes for the STF, but Owens blocks it. He keeps trying to elbow off Yilmaz as Yilmaz tries to get the facelock. Owens then gets an elbow shot to the jaw of Yilmaz. Yilmz rolls off. Owens starts to get up and Yilmaz runs at him, but Owens scoops him up and powerslams him. He rolls through and starts to get up. Yilmaz turns and starts tog et up and Owens turns and blasts him with a hard right.

Sharper: “And Chance Owens fighting back. And we have a brawl here folks.”

Knots: “This won’t be pretty, but maybe for Owens, he can get some of that anger out.”

Sharper: “He better focus on the win though, not just bloodying Yilmaz.”

Owens nails him again and then jumps up and dropkicks him down. Yilmaz falls back into the ropes. He winces and starts to get up. Owens then grabs him and hits a back suplex towards them middle of the ring. Owens then steps up and hits an elbow drop before getting up and hitting another elbow and then jumping up and hitting a knee drop. Yilmaz holds his face in pain and rolls over. He starts to get up and turns before Chance kicks him in the ribs. He then whips him into the corner. Yilmaz hits the corner. Owens runs after and Yilmaz gets a boot up. Owens staggers back and turns as Yilmaz then steps up and grabs him and spins around and hits a vertical suplex. He then rolls through and hits a second suplex, before rolling through and moving around enough to hit a third vertical suplex. He floats over for the pin.

Owens kicks out. He turns as Yilmaz grabs him and pulls him up. He then spins around him and goes for a German suplex, but Owens blocks it. He then elbows him in the jaw once and then again. Yilmaz staggers to the ropes. He then runs at Owens, but Owens ducks and catches him before hitting a full nelson slam.

Sharper: “Chance Owens just caught Yilmaz and drove him right into the mat. A huge full nelson slam.”

Knots: “And Owens isn’t even waiting. There’s a cover.”

Owens covers Yilmaz.

Yilmaz gets his shoulder up. He rolls over slowly and starts to stir. Owens then grabs him and pulls him up. He then whips him into the ropes. Yilmaz bounces off and Owens scoops him up and hits the Brake Check. He dumps him down and covers him again with a lateral press. Kelsai cheers Chance on.

Yilmaz kicks out. Owens rolls off and then gets up as Yilmaz rolls over and moves to the ropes. Owens grabs him and pulls him up and into the ropes before hitting a series of crossface punches, nailing him over and over and over. Yilmaz falls back. Owens then turns and walks around the ring. Yilmaz starts to get up and Owens kicks him in the ribs and then pulls his arm up. He goes for a heart punch, but Yilmaz turns and hits a hip throw. Owens rolls through. He gets up and Yilmaz kicks him in the ribs, double underhooks him and hits the Istanbul Acid Driver. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Acid Driver! Owens driven down onto his head.”

Knots: “Hope Kelsai doesn’t just like tall men! That shortened him by a few inches!”

Yilmaz hooks the leg.

Owens gets his shoulder up. Kelsai cheers. Owens rolls over as Yilmaz gets up and grabs Owens and clubs him in the back hard. He clubs him again and then grabs him and goes to whip him across the ring. As he does, Owens spins though and pulls him and hits the Check Stop. Kemal falls back. Owens looks up as he slowly gets up, but as this happens, we see Clyde Sutter and Melinda Braddock starting to walk down to the ring. Kelsai focuses on Chance as Chance grabs Kemal and runs him into the corner. Kemal turns and Owens kicks him a few times. Melinda and Clyde then walk over to the ring. They then walk over to Kelsai. Kelsai now realizes their presences and turns and snaps at them. Chance turns and looks at them and runs over. He swings over the top rope as Sutter backs up. Melinda uses this opportunity to spin around Kelsai who is now focused on Chance. Chance snaps at them.

Owens: “Stay away from her!”

Owens reaches through again as Sutter holds his hands up.

Sutter: “Merely having a conversation, Chance.”

Sharper: “Chance Owens distracted here by Sutter and Braddock coming to ringside.”

Knots: “Kelsai can hold her own. She’s a trained wrestler!”

Chance then backs up, but Kemal grabs him and hits a release German suplex. The crowd ohs. Owens rolls over and slowly gets up, but Kemal grabs his arm and twists him around before forcing him down to the mat with the Turkish Acid Cross, Chance looking right at Sutter, Braddock and Adamson. This leads Melinda Braddock to grab Kelsai from behind and grab her face, forcing her to watch Owens as he writhes in pain. Sutter just smiles. Yilmaz pulls back as the crowd boos. Owens struggles as the hold is locked on. He tries to power out and reach out for it but Yilmaz keeps pulling back on the face. Kelsai Adamson tries to keep willing Owens on before Owens finally relents and taps out. The bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via submission, Kemal Yilmaz!”

Sharper: “Yilmaz making Chance Owens tap out while Sutter and Braddock restrain and force Kelsai Adamson to watch!”

Knots: “Fate rears its head!”

Sutter turns to Adamson as Melinda turns her to her.

Sutter: “Did you think there was any other result possible?”

Melinda then shoves Adamson into the apron as Yilmaz lets go. Yilmaz gets up and has his arm raised. Adamson turns and rolls into the ring and goes to check on Chance. Sutter then extends a hand to Melinda and leads her to the rampway. They head to the back. The crowd boos as Yilmaz continues to celebrate his win.

COMMERCIALS

We cut to a shot of Steve Griffin hitting a top rope decimator on CHBK from Rise to Greatness 2003, before cutting to a shot of Alistaire Allocco proudly holding the SCW World Championship and then showing a shot of Kelcey Wallace, Trinity Street and Lucas Knight standing over Ravyn Taylor and Kennedy Street at another Rise to Greatness event. A shot of Kandis smiling as she looks at the World Championship in her hand follows.

“This is your Rise to Greatness Rewind.”

The scene opens in the ring at Rise to Greatness 2020. We see Selena Frost in the ring as she and Regan Street face Kandis and Tommy Valentine. Selena falls back and into the Frozen Hell corner. Regan grabs at the ropes and pulls herself up and tags herself in. Tommy and Kandis use this to reset Kandis’ time in the ring and both grab Regan and drag her through the ropes. Kandis and Tommy then kick her in the ribs. Selena rolls to the apron. Tommy then places Regan’s head between his legs and looks around. Kandis turns and moves to the corner. She pulls herself up to the middle rope. Tommy then looks around and lifts Regan up for a powerbomb and turns to her his back to Kandis. Kandis smiles as she stands up and just then, Selena lunges along the apron and nails Kandis in the side of the head with the Glass Shard! The crowd erupts in cheers.

Sharper: “Glass Shard! Selena Frost finding the opening and Kandis sent to the floor.”

Knots: “She’s out!”

Kandis falls over the top rope and down to the floor. Regan then hits a frankensteiner. Tommy rolls through. He gets up and Regan slowly gets up and turns and looks at Tommy as Tommy turns and Regan blasts him with the WTH. Tommy staggers and turns and toward the ropes where Selena is. Selena then sidesteps before hitting another Glass Shard, managing to catch Tommy in the jaw.

Sharper: “Freeze! Or! Burn!”

Tommy turns and Regan grabs him and hits the CATastrophe for good measure! The crowd erupts in cheers and Regan quickly turns and rolls him over and hooks the leg. Selena enters the ring.

The crowd erupts in cheers as Regan rolls off and moves to her knees. Selena turns and dives onto her, hugging her from behind.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, and NEW SCW World Tag Team Champions, Regan Street and Selena Frost, Frozen Hell!”

Sharper: “Frozen Hell have done it! They’re the new World Tag Team Champions and Regan Street joins Selena Frost and her husband David as a Supreme Champion!”

Knots: “It looked like the Connection had it. They divided and were trying to conquer, but Selena held on. She held on and held on, so Regan could get in there.”

Regan Street and Selena Frost get up and Demitra hands them both the SCW World Tag Team Championship and Selena her US Championship. He then raises their arms as the crowd cheers. Regan Street walks around the ring, a tear in her eye, as she yells out “Yes!” over and over as Selena walks over and hugs her again. Regan then looks around and holds the title over her head. Kandis starts to get up on the floor as Tommy rolls over and staggers over to her. Kandis looks in with anger as Tommy, holds his jaw in pain. Regan and Selena continue to celebrate.

The Rise to Greatness XX logo comes up on the screen..

The first chords of "Immortal" by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play over the PA system. The crowd roars as Glory Braddock walks out from the back. She looks around the arena and smirks, posing briefly. She then starts to head to the ring.

Sharper: “Glory Braddock will be in action later tonight. She will face Waylon Creek in our main event. But apparently she has something more to say tonight.”

Knots: “She already is living rent free in Ryan LeCavalier’s head, so what else does she want?”

The British Bombshell steps up the steel steps and then onto the ring apron. She poses momentarily on the apron, allowing people to take snapshots before stepping through the ropes and into the ring. Once in the ring Glory heads to the center of the ring and poses once more before going over to the corner, asking for a microphone. The ring announcer, Jason Phillips, hands her the microphone. She turns back to the middle of the middle of the ring. The music fades out.

Glory: “Miami! I hope you don’t mind if I take a moment to deal with some business, publicly.”

Glory looks forward and smirks.

Glory: “I think it’s been clear the last few months that I’ve made an enemy of some people and particularly, Ryan LeCavalier.”

The crowd boos a bit as Glory walks around the ring.

Glory: “Seems like you’re not that well liked at home. Then again, I also call Florida home from time to time. Nonetheless, that’s neither here or there. But you have a problem that I think that my track record in this sport allows me to make certain decisions. To make certain assumptions. You think I’m insulting you by saying I could be patient instead of competing in Taking Hold of the Flame.”

Glory pauses as some fans boo that.

Glory: “I get it…some of you wanted to seem in compete there. I get it. But then again, you’ll get to see me compete every time SCW books me. So take that up with CHBK if you have an issue.”

Glory paces around the ring.

Glory: “But…Ryan…I think I’ve made my point without needing to do much more than just simply appear. You think I’m insulting you by using a crossface, a hold I’ve used for years. Maybe I’ve not perfected it as you have your Body/Prison, but then again, I’m not going to run out frantically if I see Selena Frost attempt a version of my Shekinah Glory. Again, my track record there….just saying.”

Glory smirks.

Glory: “But Ryan…unlike you, I’ve stepped up to every challenge put in my way. Four straight wins since I made that decision. Against a variety of talents. And Ryan…you’re spinning your wheels. And it’s a shame, because with your experience, I would expect you to be more even-keeled. But while I’m racking up wins and trust me, I plan to give Waylon Creek the fight of his life…and if I beat him, I remove something you actually could claim over me. But you Ryan, since you’ve stepped into my land, your record has cratered. You’ve got your focus all wrong. And while the rumblings in the back are that you and I are going to clash at Rise to Greatness…I’m not sure that’s what you need Ryan.”

Glory pauses again.

Glory: “But this is where I can be the bigger woman. Because sometimes we lose our wait. Some have said I have over time and I’ve always had one place to go to re-center myself, to reset myself…and Ryan…I offer an olive branch. You don’t need to be set up against me at Rise to Greatness. I will embarrass you. But I am happy to try and help you. Consider me giving you an open invitation to the Braddock Wrestling School. And I will personally help you-“

L'Impératrice's “A View to a Kill” interrupts Glory as Glory just stops and smirks. We then see Ryan LeCavalier saunter out from the back. She looks at the ring, clearly upset, microphone in her hand. She then starts to walk to the ring, before stopping herself. She then turns back and shakes her head.

Glory: “No! Come to this ring! Come on, Ryan! Allow me to start the lesson’s now!”

LeCavalier: “If I come to that ring, I’ll make sure I leave with your arm in a sling!”

The crowd roars.

LeCavalier: “You stand there acting like you are the rationale being, when your arrogance continues to grow. You want me to come and train under you. We’ve both been in this sport for decades. I have been wrestling longer than you!”

Glory: “And I’m not the one who has lost perspective. Do you really want to get in the ring with me?”

LeCavalier looks at Glory before starting to storm to the ring. The crowd roars. Braddock backs up, starting to undo the cuffs on her blouse, getting ready in case she needs to fight. Ryan LeCavalier hops onto the apron and looks in the ring.

LeCavalier: “If it serves as the indemnity that you deserve after your comments…while you may have accomplished all here in SCW, some of us did not come with the spotlight shining down, or the connections to get attention and had to scrap for everything. Unlike you, I’ve paid my dues here-“

Glory: “Do not mistake understanding how this business works for failing to pay dues. I have MORE than paid my dues!”

Ryan steps into the ring and Glory steps up and two go nose to nose. The crowd roars.

Glory: “You are starting to mistake paying one’s dues, to losing the forest for the trees. You’re the one making an issue out of nothing. You’re the one who is focused on ME. You’re the one who threw a match last week because I simply existed. I merely have exposed for you how mentally weak you’ve become!”

Ryan: “Do you not forget when I bloodied you on that stage? When I nearly took that shoulder out of its socket…“

Glory looks at Ryan.

Ryan: “Those were small prices to pay for you smacking all of us in the jaw because you decided to RUN from a stipulation you agreed to-“

Glory: “With someone who had no business in my match. And I’ve paid for that. I know I have a target on my back-“

Ryan: “So then…you understand this business? This sport? Or maybe you’ve realized that you’ve pissed off a lot of people. And I’m among them. Because I saw Taking Hold of the Flame as an opportunity to finally take the step I know I can make. You turned down a challenge. So you have your precious winning streak. I could have made history.”

Glory: “And I’ve already been there. And I don’t regret my decision one moment. You don’t like it. You have a choice – you can face me at Rise to Greatness or you can come and maybe put YOUR arrogance aside. My offer is legitimate. Because right now, I see someone who believes they are owed respect, when they are making every mistake, veteran or not…Guess what? I’ve been down that path-“

Ryan: “I don’t need your help. I know what you’re doing. I’ve seen veterans do it for days. I’ve seen it all. All you need to get prepared for is that at Rise to Greatness, I am going to lock the Body/Prison on you. And I am not going to let go this time. And you WILL give me the respect I AM owed!”

Glory and Ryan stand face to face before Ryan pushes Glory back and then steps back and turns to the ropes. She drops the microphone and exits the ring. She then heads to the back. Glory looks at Ryan, shaking her head.

Knots: “I did say it! She’s in her head, rent free!”

Sharper: “But Ryan LeCavalier – we’ve always said how dangerous she is. Braddock’s face is not showing a smirk. She knows if this match is signed and that hold is locked in, that could be devastating.”

Ryan LeCavalier continues to head to the back.

Jaina Lancaster is shown talking to her mother, Amy, backstage.

Jaina: “You just need to make sure whatever they say…”

Amy: “Relax. I’m going to tell Simon to follow the doctors. He may be driven, but he’s not going to risk it all. He has plans, trust me.”

Jaina: “Speaking of plans…did you hear what the Shinigami Foundation put out this week on supremecw.com?”

Amy chuckles.

Amy: “Yeah, well, I had debating saying sorry. I got overzealous, but after hearing that, along with the fact that they clearly don’t have any respect for women, I don’t really give a damn if they’re ticked off. Creek had them in the Canary. It was done. I just made sure he wasn’t standing and frankly, they got Aries. They got a moment that people are going to remember. And they’ll get another tag match. I’m sure of it…”

Jaina: “We’ll see. Then again, Josh talks about the Product all the time.”

Amy: “Yeah… and I just…he’s overprotecting them. That’s just my two cents.”

Simon and Spencer then come into view.

Amy: “Heard the news.”

Simon: “I’ll get cleared and then I’ll have to show Spencer how it’s done.”

Pryce: “Are you sure about that?”

Amy: “Well…it may be a good night for Rise to Greatness when one of you hopefully get what you want…and I humble someone who needs it.”

Simon: “Just be careful with Creek.”

Amy: “And when you get cleared, you be careful too.”

Jaina: “I should probably get to my next hit.”

Pryce nods as Jaina heads off as Breakdown cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see Ryan LeCavalier walking backstage. She takes a few steps and stops herself, closing her eyes, and trying to calm herself down. She then looks down, almost embarrassed in herself, before she senses something and spins around. The camera pans back to show Waylon Creek a few feet away. The crowd roars.

LeCavalier: “Of course…”

Creek says nothing.

LeCavalier: “You must be loving this last month. Six months, I was living in your head rent free-“

Creek: “We still have unfinished business…but maybe…maybe we can help each other. Do you really want to face Braddock or me?”

LeCavalier doesn’t say anything.

Creek: “I understand beating Chastaine is another feather in my cap. And trust me, after the last few weeks, she deserves to understand that her time of relevancy is over. But there are two people in this sport I would do anything to face one more time. Xander Valentine and you.”

LeCavalier continues to say anything.

Creek: “I face Glory tonight…I trust I shouldn’t need to say much more. So…”

LeCavalier is almost speechless.

Creek: “I can go easy on her, or I can remove her from the equation.”

LeCavalier looks at Creek as Creek then walks past her. LeCavalier looks off in the distance, clearly in thought, as the scene cuts away.

Gavin Taylor vs. Amelia Nevado

“Victorious” by Skillet begins playing as the lights dim a bit. Slowly, Amelia Nevado makes her way onto the stage, putting herself front and center as she folds her hands in front of her, looking like a proper young lady as she looks somewhat solemnly down towards the ring. After a moment of this, La Pequeña Luz skips out from behind Amelia and stands beside her, giving her a pep talk before planting a quick kiss on her cheek which brings a smile to Amelia’s face.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a twenty minute time limit. First, on her way to the ring, accompanied by La Pequena Luz, from Oxford, England, she is Amelia Nevado!”

The two proceed to lock hands before heading down to the ring, Amelia’s look growing more determined and battle-ready as Luz continues her pep talk. Once they reach ringside, Amelia pulls Luz into a brief but passionate kiss before letting her go as she climbs the ring steps onto the apron, wiping her feet before stepping through the ropes. As the song goes into the chorus, Amelia gives a victorious fist pump to the delight of the fans as she takes a moment to soak in the lyrics before removing her robe and mask and handing them off to Luz on the outside, Luz taking the opportunity to give some last minute advice and encouragement.

Sharper: “Nevado will be facing Chris Cannon at Rise to Greatness; Cannon made that request. She’s was a bit surprised, but thrilled about it. Two great British wrestlers to clash.”

Knots: “Yeah, but now she has to make sure she’s ready for it. And facing someone like Gavin Taylor, who can reach those levels, that’s going to be an interesting clash.”

The lights around the arena begin to flicker as "Whoa Is Me" by Down With Webster starts to play over the arena.

And the song continues...

The crowd cheers as "All Star" Gavin Taylor steps out from behind the curtain onto the top of the ramp. As he stands in place, posing with his arms outstretched, the chorus of the song plays.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Los Angeles, California, he is The All Star, Gavin Taylor!”

Gavin begins to walk down the ramp with swagger. He smirks as he gets to the ring. Pulling himself to the apron, he hangs out off the ring while holding onto the top rope.

I bet you don't see me, I bet you get caught

Gavin pulls himself through the ropes and steps onto the second ropes on the opposite side of the ring from the ramp. He opens his jersey, sliding it off his shoulders as he stretches his arms out. Turning around, he bounces back off the ropes as he waits for the start of the match..

Sharper: “Gavin Taylor has been trying to find that mojo. Only two years ago, he was challenging Syren and beating her at Rise to Greatness. She was runner up in the Taking Hold of the Flame.”

Knots: “And he may have peaked, but don’t tell him that. He says he’s got lots left. He better. Harder and harder for him to claim he’s the All-Star!”

The lights go out with a flick of a switch plunging the arena into complete darkness. A few fan’s flashes can be seen going off and as they do the haunting opening to Paint it Black by Hidden Citizens begins to play over the P.A System. While it does CHRIS CANNON appears on the big screen, and the moment it does a spotlight shines down directly to the stage where the man stands. The light comes back on next when the lyrics begin and we see Chris Cannon is not alone. A brunette stands with him; Cannon dressed in a suit. His hair is slicked back in a ponytail. Amelia turns to the stage. Cannon and Yvonne Knight walk down to the ring.

Sharper: “And Chris Cannon joining us and with Yvonne Knight.”

Knots: “This is a surprise and now Amelia has her audience front and center.”

Cannon walks down to the ring and looks at the ring. He nods at Amelia as he walks around the ring. Knight joins him as he then reaches the ringside area. He then goes to the ring, reaching under and pulling out two steel chairs. He unfolds on, placing it down for Yvonne, while unfolding the second for himself. They sit down as Amelia turns back as the bell sounds.

Sharper: “Cannon and Knight at ringside. We’ve had Knight joining us at the announce position for his matches.”

Knots: “Should we bring up last week?”

Sharper: “I wouldn’t.”

Nevado and Taylor circle and lunge at one another. Nevado drops down and around Gavin Taylor and into a side headlock. She then reaches around and turns and grabs his arm and spins through into an arm wrench. Gavin winces as Nevado then jerks on the arm. Gavin flips forward and bridges up before ducking under into a fireman’s carry. He moves into a reverse chinlock. Amelia slides out and grabs his arm and moves into a hammerlock. Gavin kicks at the mat as Amelia leans on it. Gavin then starts to slowly swing his legs around. He then starts to get his feet under him and ducks under and into an arm wrench. Amelia winces and flips forward and then bridges up before then spinning on her back around several times before then hitting leg trip and grabbing Gavin’s left leg by the ankle. Gavin rolls over and then suddenly rolls back. Amelia flips forward and lands on her back. Both get up and get ready to attack, only to stop and back up. The crowd applauds. Chris also applauds.

Sharper: “Some good back and forth. Gavin has always been technically sound. Amelia Nevado, classically trained. British trained too.”

Knots: “Both you can tell. They also realized they were getting one over.”

Gavin and Amelia circle and then lunge at one another and Gavin slides for the legs of Amelia. Amelia dodges. He pops back up and Amelia blocks his arms and forearms him in the jaw. She then forearms him again and again. Gavin backs up to the ropes. Amelia follows up and chops him. The crowd woos. She then goes to whip him across. Gavin spins through and sends her in. She bounces off and Gavin goes for a back drop. Amelia spins through. She grabs him and runs him into the ropes and goes for an Okana roll. Gavin holds onto the top rope, causing Amelia to roll back. Gavin runs out and goes for a strike, but Amelia hits a drop toe hold and then moves into a side headlock.

Sharper: “Quick takedown. Amelia focused here.”

Knots: “She has to. Don’t worry about Chris Cannon. Don’t worry about anything else. Just wrestle.”

She holds on as Gavin starts to get his feet under him. He gets up to his feet, Amelia holding on and Gavin then forearms her in the ribs once and then again before firing her off. She bounces off and Gavin shoulders her down. He runs into the ropes. Amelia goes for a drop down. Gavin cartwheels over and gives a thumbs up. Amelia then lunges and goes for a clothesline, but Gavin ducks and catches her and pulls her down with a backslide.

Amelia rolls through. She gets up and Gavin kicks her in the ribs and hooks her up and hits a textbook vertical suplex.

Sharper: “Gavin just throwing Amelia back. Vertical suplex. Hard impact. Sometimes those move that are classics do the most damage.”

Knots: “And Gavin making sure it counts.”

Gavin turns and hits an elbow drop. He goes for the lateral press.

Amelia kicks out. Both get up and Gavin chops Amelia. The crowd woos. He chops him again. More woos. He then whips her into the ropes. Amelia bounces off and Gavin hits a hip toss before running into the ropes, bouncing off and hitting the All-Starmaker! He goes for the pin.

Amelia kicks out. She rolls over and starts to get up and Gavin grabs her and whips her into the corner. Gavin runs after and Amelia gets a boot up. Gavin staggers back and turns around and Amelia then hits a European uppercut. She hits a second before going for a third, but Gavin spins her around and into another backslide!

Amelia kicks out.

Sharper: “And Gavin again catching Amelia Nevado. Maybe some nerves here. I don’t know.”

Knots: “Or maybe Gavin Taylor is living up to his name. And Amelia, you’re in trouble!”

Amelia turns and gets up and Gavin hits the Dependable Roundhouse. Amelia drops to the mat. Gavin hooks the leg.

Amelia gets her shoulder up. Gavin rolls over and looks around. Chris and Yvonne are shown watching, as is Luz. We see Gavin grab Amelia and drag her up and then club her in the back a couple of times. He hoists her up for a powerbomb, but Amelia counters by ending up behind him. She then grabs him in a waistlock and hits a release German suplex! Gavin rolls through. She then starts to get up and Amelia grabs him and double underhooks him. She knees him in the chest once and then again before hitting a butterfly suplex. Gavin winces and rolls through. He then gets up and Amelia hits a jawbreaker. Gavin hits the ropes and Amelia lunges and hits a running European uppercut. Gavin falls to the mat. She then hits a standing shooting star press to his back. He rolls him over.

Sharper: “Standing shooting star. Amelia pulling that out of her bag of tricks!”

Knots: “And giving Cannon a good look at it!”

Amelia hooks the leg.

Gavin Taylor kicks out. Both get up and Gavin turns to Amelia and Amelia buries her head under his arm and hits a northern lights suplex into a bridge!

Gavin kicks out. Amelia rolls over and both get up. Amelia hits a running crossbody into a pin.

Gavin kicks out again. She turns and forearms him in the ropes. She goes to whip him across the ring, but Gavin spins through and sends her in. She bounces off and Gavin hits a flapjack. The crowd ohs. He gets up and moves to the ropes. Amelia starts to get up and turns around to him only for Gavin to hit the Gavin Taylor Lariat. This leads to a roar from the crowd.

Knots: “Gavin! Taylor! Lariat!”

Sharper: “And flooring Amelia Nevado. That lariat. Right to the chest. Hard impact!”

Gavin looks around and Amelia starts to get up and Gavin hoists her up and drops her with a spinebuster. He gets up and exits to the apron. He climbs up to the top rope. The crowd roars as he gets up to the top rope. Amelia rolls over and starts to slowly get up. Gavin looks at her and dives off for a top rope dropkick, but Amelia catches him by the legs and then folds them over and locks in a Texas cloverleaf! The crowd roars as Gavin yells in pain. Amelia leans back. The official checks on Gavin. Gavin shakes his head and starts to crawl to the ropes. Amelia keeps the hold on and Gavin slowly pulls him and her close and closer to the ropes and gets there before grabbing the bottom rope. Amelia lets go.

Sharper: “And Gavin was in trouble. Got to the ropes. Amelia however doing a lot of damage to the lower back.”

Knots: “Gavin thought he had her. And he was aiming right for her, but Amelia…big couner.”

Gavin slowly gets up and Amelia kicks him in the ribs, hooking his head and arm and spinning him around and into an armtrap neckbreaker. Gavin hold his arm and Amelia goes for the pin.

Gavin gets his shoulder up. Amelia rolls off as Cannon leans forward, focused on the match. Gavin pulls himself up and Amelia hits another European uppercut. Gavin falls to the corner and he then swings, but Amelia ducks and grabs him in a full nelson and throws him back with a bridging dragon suplex!

Gavin gets his shoulder up.

Sharper: “And Taylor shooting his shoulder up. Gavin Taylor won’t stay down now. Amelia showed her resilience, and now the All-Star doing the same!”

Knots: “After being dropped on his head too! Even Chris Cannon is impressed. Maybe he’ll switch to challenging Gavin!”

Gavin rolls over and crawls to the ropes. He then starts to step through as Amelia heads over to him and Gavin nails her in the ribs. He then pulls her out and hits the Cubic Zirconium Cutter out of desperation. He rolls back into the ring. He takes a moment and then drags her back in. He then pulls her up and places her head between his legs. He hoists her up for the Highlight of the Night, but Nevado slides down and then grabs Gavin from behind in the Blight Choke! She pulls him back and hooks his leg with her leg, forcing him down and locking in the body scissors. The crowd roars as Amelia pulls back.

Sharper: “The Blight Choke! The Blight Choke locked in!”

Knots: “Gavin has nowhere to go! She has it in the middle of the ring!”

Nevado keeps the hold on for several moments longer as the official checks on Gavin. Gavin then taps on the arm of Amelia. The bell sounds and Amelia lets go. She then rolls over to her knees and looks out at the crowd. Gavin rolls over, holding his throat.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via submission, Amelia Nevado!”

Amelia slowly gets up and has her arm raised. As she gets up, Yvonne Knight hands Chris Cannon a microphone. Cannon takes it and walks up the steel steps and into the ring. Amelia turns to him and Chris steps out and extends his hand. Amelia shakes his hand and Chris turn and raises Amelia’s arm over her head.

Cannon: “Amelia Nevado, everyone!”

Nevado looks at Cannon as Cannon lets go and turns to her.

Cannon: “An impressive win. Exactly why I asked to face you at Rise to Greatness.”

Amelia stops him.

Amelia: “Why me? You’ve got your-“

Cannon then extends the microphone to Amelia.

Amelia: “Why me, Chris? I’m honoured, but you’ve got your goal of the World Title. Last week, you were aligned with Syren helping her against Meghan Strader. As I said, I’m honoured, but-“

Cannon: “You assume those are all different paths.”

Amelia looks at Chris Cannon.

Cannon: “I asked to face you for a simple reason. With Luz focusing on her singles hopes, I know you have the same. I know the pedigree of your family. I know where you come from…I also know you want nothing to do with them. Don’t worry there. But I also know that there are few on this roster that can push me in that ring. There’s something in us Brits that gets us going on the big stage.”

Cannon walks around a bit.

Cannon: “And while I may be supporting Syren as she deals with Meghan, ultimately, every victory goes to me rewriting history. But it also means I have to stand in the way of those who may not deserve it. And ultimately, that’s what I’m going to do against you.”

The crowd boos a bit.

Cannon: “It’s just business.”

Amelia nods and motions to Cannon. Cannon extends the microphone back to her.

Amelia: “Now your tactics last week make more sense. Superman using eye pokes, short-cuts…”

Cannon: “Cost of doing business.”

Amelia pulls the microphone back.

Amelia: “Not for me.”

Cannon smiles and brings the microphone back to his mouth.

Cannon: “I know. And I know what you’re thinking. And Amelia, while I respect you, I also don’t care whether you disapprove. Superman’s dead. You want him – watch the new movie. I’m here to right some wrongs. And the best way to start was at Taking Hold of the Flame almost running the table. The next best…win.”

Cannon pulls the microphone away and turns and steps through the ropes as “Paint it Black” plays. Cannon walks along the apron, steps down the steel steps and hands the microphone to Yvonne Knight who hands it back to Phillips. Yvonne and Chris then walk around the ring as Amelia watches them.

Sharper: “From respect to cold business…”

Knots: “Even holding the microphone for Amelia. And then just ripping it away. Superman is dead.”

Amelia keeps watching Cannon and Knight as they walk around the ring and head to the back.

Suddenly, we cut to a black screen and we then suddenly see the screen switch to nightvision where we see Chris and Ryan Hollywood standing in front of the camera.

Ryan: “Okay, I think we’re good. Is this getting out?”

Chris: “It will. We’ll find a way through our connection. Pfft…we have better connections than the Dependables. And we’ll get to the bottom of finding Des. This THEM…probably part of the Illuminati…YEAH WE KNOW!”

Ryan shushes Chris.

Chris: “Sorry…I’m on edge. I just want an edge here.”

Ryan: “Well they can find us here in our super amazing MORE DEPENDABLE bunker and HQ as we try to run the algorithms to find Destiny’s twitter. THEM is making foolish mistakes but we’ll get them-“

Just then, the scene starts to static and then break up before then cutting to a shot of a speed boat going at top speed in the ocean, synthesizers right from the 1980s playing the background. We then see an explosion. We cut to the boat where Patrick Braunschweiger is driving. Arnold Braunschweiger and standing on the back, firing a machine gun into the distance.

Arnold: “Keep driving. We need to lose them. We’re getting close.”

Patrick: “Closer than those idiots in Hollywood. We’ve just jammed their transmission. They’re crying in a bunker!”

Arnold: “They think THEM won’t know ways to track them. The old ways are best.”

Arnold then pulls out a grenade, bites the pin out of it and throws it. We then cut to a wide shot as a boat explodes. Patrick and Arnold speed away.

Arnold: “As I said, we’re close to finding Destiny. They wouldn’t be coming after us like this. We need to keep moving. Rise to Greatness is nearly here!”

The speedboat keeps driving as a wide panning shot, clearly from a helicopter, is shown as the scene suddenly freezes and Breakdown cuts to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see Jaina Lancaster standing with a very angry Chance Owens and Kelsai Adamson in the SCW interview area.

Jaina: “Welcome back to Breakdown. Jaina Lancaster here and I’m with Chance Owens and Kelsai Adamson. And earlier again, fate reared it head and Melinda Braddock and Clyde Sutter again targeted you-“

Kelsai: “Chance…I’m going to take this one.”

Chance nods as Kelsai steps up and looks in the camera.

Kelsai: “Clyde, Melinda, you seem to have a problem not just with Chance, but me. And I know you know I’m a trained wrestler too. Well, Melinda, I know you are and since you’re so interested in getting physical, I think we have a solution. Maybe fate made it happen. I don’t know. I don’t care. But how about at Rise to Greatness weekend, Chance and I take you both on, Clyde, Melinda. And we’ll see who fate is smiling down on! Huh?! HUH!”

Kelsai turns and storms off. Chance just follows, glaring into the camera. Jaina watches them leave before turning to the camera.

Jaina: “Back to ringside.”

“The Monster Machine” Enigma & Dexter Grant vs. Colleen MacDonald & Kimberly Williams

The lights go out, except for a single spotlight at the top of the stage. The opening chords to “Patient Number 9” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play. A haunting voice is heard…

"Is there a way out of here?"
"Hey, how long you been here?"
"I wanna go home"
"Hey, hahaha"
"Hahaha"
"Excuse me, could you tell how to get out of here?"
"Hahaha"
"I want to go home"
"Hahaha"
"Mommy, mommy"

The song begins to rage full bore now. Suddenly the lights come back on and Kimberly Williams is standing at the top of the stage to a loud, mostly positive, reaction from the fans. A sinister smirk is on her face as she ponders what she is about to do tonight.

Phillips: “The following contest is a tag team match scheduled for onefall and has a thirty minute time limit. First, on her way to the ring, from Boston, Massachusetts, she is the Wild Card, Kimberly Williams!”

She winks at the fans before pointing towards the ring and making a beeline towards it. She slides into the ring underneath the bottom rope. Kimberly then poses in the center of the ring to another loud reaction from the fans. The music slowly dies down and Kimberly goes to a corner to await the start of the match.

Sharper: “Williams in action and last week, she kidnapped poor Wendell and made him listen to pop music.”

Knots: “That should be considered torture, damn it. We need Kim tried under the Geneva Conventions!”

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot, followed by a few girls giggling. But before “C’est La Vie” by B*Witched can even begin, Colleen steps out onto the stage from the backstage area, wearing her normal all-black ring gear and wearing the SCW Underground Championship. Colleen does a cutthroat signal. The music turns off as she stands still and waits until the beginning of “How Far I’ll Go” by Auli’i Cravalho begins to play. Colleen nods once before beginning to slowly head down the entrance ramp.

Phillips: “Her partner, from Orderville, Utah, she is the SCW Underground Champion, Colleen MacDonald!”

The crowd does keep their eyes on her as she looks straight down at the ring. She keeps going until she arrives down at the ring. Not quickening her pace, she steps up the steel ring steps and climbs over the top rope to get into the ring. Once inside she does look around the arena. She simply approves of her surroundings before she turns to the business at hand, warming up before the bell rings.

Sharper: “This should be an interesting match. Only a couple of months since their war ended, Colleen and Kim now teaming.”

Knots: “A weird respect there now. And that may be something. Then again, Dexter will be motivated and Enigma always is. And it’s coming to a head here.”

“TokSik” by Starset hits as the lights in the arena immediately go out, a series of green spotlights converging onto the stage where fog has begun to consume it. The big screen show's a human eye opening, and reflecting in it is a montage of people glued to their phones and computers, either consuming or producing social media garbage as they all look sickly while doing so. “The Digital Detoxer” Dexter Grant marches out through the fog, stopping at the edge of the stage and staring out at the fans with disgust, holding the SCW Adrenaline Championship. A few cheers can be heard, but they're easily drowned out by all the boos raining down upon him. He turns his head to his right just in time to see his faithful flunky Wendell march out behind him, proudly holding up a protest sign that has the circle-backslash symbol with a wi-fi symbol behind the backslash and the words “DISCONNECT TO RECONNECT” written within the circle.

Phillips: “Their opponents, first, accompanied by Wendell, from Off the Grid, he is the SCW Adrenaline Champion, The Digital Detoxer, Dexter Grant!”

Wendell eagerly looks up at Dexter, who smiles and nods in approval before he starts storming down to the ring, his disgusted look returning at the sound of all the people around him who just refuse to listen to his message. He jumps up onto the apron and aggressively steps through the ropes, marching to the center of the ring and turning his back to the hard cam as he points his thumb to the same “DISCONNECT TO RECONNECT” logo of his on the back of his vest. Wendell crawls into the ring and stands beside Dexter, proudly holding up his sign before looking legitimately confused as to why they're being booed. The lights return to normal as Dexter turns to Wendell and says something to him. Wendell then turns and asks for Phillips’s microphone. He’s handed it.

Grant: “After what you did last week, Kim, to this poor man-“

“Scum Of The Earth” by Rob Zombie hits as “The Monster Machine” Enigma slowly steps out onto the stage. Grant turns to the stage, stunned.

Sharper: “Guess Enigma isn’t interested in Grant’s response to Kim!”

Knots: “Oh no…that’s not going to be a good start to this team.”

The crowd roars seeing the man as he looks around, scanning the arena. A few moments pass before he starts to walk down to the ring, taking his time, but his eyes firmly gazing upon the ring.

Phillips: “His partner, on his way to the ring, currently residing in Rock Hill, New York, he is The Monster Machine… Enigma!”

Enigma reaches ringside. He then walks over to the steel steps and stops before slowly walking up them. He then steps onto the ring apron and then steps into the ring. He then looks across the ring before slowly starting to pace around the ring. Grant turns and walks over to him. Enigma just ignores him, looking across at his opponents.

Sharper: “Grant now trying to talk to Enigma. I don’t know if it’s strategy or he’s upset about Enigma interrupting him.”

Knots: “Enigma’s just focusing on Kim and Colleen. Dexter. Do the same. It’s probably going to help you out!”

The bell sounds and Enigma runs across and nails Kim with a hard right and then turns as Colleen blasts him with a hard right of her own. She nails him again and again as Grant rolls to the floor.. Colleen nails Enigma again and again and Enigma then fires back with a knee to the ribs. He fires Colleen into the corner. Enigma runs after and Colleen gets an elbow up. She then pulls herself up to the middle turnbuckle as Enigma turns and Colleen dives off with a Lou Thesz Press, taking him down. She follows up by hammering away on him with repeated right hands. We then cut to the floor as Grant pulls Kim to the floor and then turns and runs him over and throws her into the barricade. He runs over and stomps her over and over and over again. The match official drops to the floor and heads over to him and gets him off.

Grant: “This is just the start, Kim!”

Kim laughs as she turns and falls to her side. Back in the ring, Colleen runs across the ring and hits a running splash. She goes for the pin. The official is keeping Grant back. Colleen gets up and snaps at the official.

Sharper: “Fast start here in Miami.”

Knots: “And it aint just the heat!”

Sharper: “Grant going after Kim. Colleen had an early pin attempt, but Grant’s antics keeping the official’s attention.”

Colleen turns around and Enigma hoists her up and turns and spears her into the Enigma/Grant corner. He rears back and shoulders her again and again and again. He rears back and forearms her in the jaw. The official turns back and starts to count. He knees her in the ribs over and over, relentlessly.

Enigma goes to pull her out, but Grant tags himself in. Enigma backs up and looks at him as Grant enters and drills Colleen with a hard right. He then drags her out and snapmares her over and then elbows her in the back of the head. Colleen drops and Grant gets up and elbows her in the chest before going for the pin. Enigma slowly exits at this point.

Colleen kicks out. Grant gets up and then grabs Colleen and drags her to the ropes and places her on them. He then sits on her back and starts to choke her.

Grant: “See, Colleen. You’re now just here to take the hit while Kim thinks about unicorns and onesies and her foolish definition of chaos. She kidnapped a man and tortured him and people fawn over her and-“

Kim pops back onto the apron, in her corner, and hits a Morrigan’s Wrath to Grant. Grant falls back and down to the ring. Enigma shakes his head in the corner. Colleen rolls over, looking up. Kim smiles as Colleen nods.

Sharper: “And Kim just damn near took Dexter Grant’s head off. He was berating her for supporting Kim.”

Knots: “Grant needs to focus on Kim. Enigma was not happy about that.”

Sharper: “Colleen now looking over to Kimberly Williams and there’s a tag. I didn’t think we’d see this a few months ago.”

Colleen reaches up and Kim tags in. Grant starts to get up and Kim walks over to him and waves in his face. Grant looks up and Kim kicks him in the ribs. She then nails him with a hard right and then a chop. The crowd woos. She whips Grant into the ropes. Grant bounces off and Kim hits a dropkick. She then gets up and hits a jumping stomp to the face. Grant rolls over, holding his face in pain. He gets up and Kim spins around him and hits a snap back suplex into a bridge.

Grant kicks out. He starts to get up and Kim chops him again. More woos. She chops him another time and Grant falls to the neutral corner. Kim then nails him with a hard right and then another and another. She then grabs him and goes to run him across, but Grant lifts her up and throws her forward. She stumbles into the corner. Grant turns and tags in Enigma. Enigma enters and runs at Kim and hits the Equalizer!

Sharper: “Grant scurrying out of the ring-“

Knots: “That’s called strategy!”

Sharper: “And Enigma in and he nearly takes Kim’s head off!”

Kim starts to get up and Enigma grabs her in a double choke before turning and throwing her across the ring with a choke toss. Kim winces and rolls over. She starts to get up and moves to the corner as Enigma runs across and hits a running splash. The crowd ohs. Kim staggers out and Enigma throws her down before Enigma turns as Grant asks for the tag. Enigma looks at him and then drops down for the pin himself.

Kim kicks out. Grant yells at him to tag him, but Enigma ignores him and drags Kim up and clubs her in the back. She falls into the ropes. He clubs her again and then whips her into the ropes. Kim bounces off the ropes and Enigma hoists her up for a press slam, but Kim slides behind him. Enigma turns and Kim hits a pele kick. Enigma is staggered.

Sharper: “Kim gets the pele. Enigma is still on his feet though.”

Knots: “Kim has to make a call.”

Sharper: “And Grant is beside himself. He wanted into the match. Enigma ignored him.”

Kim then turns and tags in Colleen. Colleen climbs to the top rope. The crowd roars as Enigma turns and Colleen dives off with a top rope shoulder tackle, taking Enigma down! Colleen then gets up and runs into the ropes, bounces of and hits a running senton backsplash. She turns and hooks the leg.

Enigma gets his shoulder up. Colleen looks up and then down at Enigma and nails him with a series hard right hands to the head. She gets up and walks around the ring. Enigma slowly gets up and staggers up. Colleen then turns and runs into the ropes and bounces off before going for a clothesline, but Enigma hits a back elbow. He falls back into the ropes and Grant tags himself in. He enters and runs over and quickly hits the Clickbait. The crowd ohs and Grant goes for the pin.

Colleen kicks out.

Sharper: “Grant tried to steal it, but Colleen kicking out.”

Knots: “Can’t say he’s not trying to win this!”

Grant then grabs Colleen and pulls her up and nails her with a hard right and then another. Colleen moves to the corner and Grant then kicks her in the ribs and pulls her out and hits a vertical suplex. Grant then exits to the apron and climbs up to the top rope. Kim starts to move towards him and Grant points at her. Kim then starts to back up, but this allows Colleen to run into the ropes. Grant sees this and jumps forward and rolls through. He turns and stops and turns to Colleen who runs at him and spears him down. She goes for the pin.

Enigma breaks it up. He then returns to the corner. Colleen rolls off and looks up as Grant rolls over. Colleen then crawls over to Kim and Kim enters the ring. Grant starts to get up and Kim kicks him in the ribs and hits a DDT. Kim then exits to the apron and climbs to the top rope. She looks over and Wendell suddenly jumps up and starts to shake the top rope. Kim crouches down as the official tells him to get down. Kim looks at him and shakes her head.

Kim: “Wendy’s….do you want me to get you some Travis Scott?!”

Wendell slowly retreats, but Grant then hits the ropes. Kim lands hard and flips into the ring. Grant staggers across and tags in Enigma.

Sharper: “Wendell getting involved! And the distraction!”

Knots: “Kim radicalized Wendell!”

Colleen turns and drops down as Wendell backs up more. Grant turns and runs back as Colleen gets up as Grant hits a running dropkick, knocking her back. Kim gets up but right into Enigma who hits the Questions & Answers. He stays down for the pin.

The crowd ohs and boos as the bell sounds. Enigma pushes Kim back and she rolls to her back. Enigma then starts to get up and looks down. Colleen looks up as Enigma turns to her. Grant turns around and yells at Kim.

Grant: “How’s that? Huh?! And I’m just getting started. I’ll make you pay for what you did for Wendell. What this company allowed you to do!”

Grant looks around as the crowd keeps booing.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via pinfall, Enigma and Dexter Grant!”

Sharper: “Enigma and Grant able to work together enough. Enigma focused on Colleen now.”

Knots: “And Grant is giving Kim a piece of his mind. Maybe some of the speech we didn’t hear thanks to Enigma!”

Enigma then calmly backs up and exits the ring. He drops to the floor and heads to the back. Wendell enters the ring and looks at Kim as Colleen keeps her eyes on Enigma and the scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we se open up at ringside to see a shot of Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots at the annonce position.

Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown. CHBK has been busy tonight. We’ve talked about the World Title situation, but it looks like we have clarity regarding the SCW World Tag Team Championships.”

Knots: “So Shinigami getting their rematch?”

Sharper: “Looks like it, but it’s going to be after Rise to Greatness. On the first Breakdown after Rise to Greatness – on August 21 – the Shinigami Foundation will get their rematch against the Fall of Man. But here’s the kicker – all will be banned from ringside. It’s going to be two on two. So the Shinigami get to prove themselves.”

Knots: “And the Fall of Man gets to reload. I hope they’re both ready.”

Sharper: “But I’d add – this may be another issue. Clearly CHBK also realized that he has to be careful with Fall of Man, not giving them reason to play their games.”

The opening riff to “Song for the Dead” by Queens of the Stone Age kicks in. At the 37 second mark, the name "Asher Hayes" blares through the PA system, and Asher appears on the stage, wearing his street clothes and holding the SCW United States Championship. He bows down for a few moments before standing up straight, throwing both fists in the air, before making his way towards the ring.

Sharper: “Asher Hayes, the interim SCW United States Champion and a lot has been on his mind. Jordan Majors has just caused his life to turn inside out.”

Knots: “Not just that, but Majors is on the mind of everyone. Luz, Deanna…she’s got the US Title division all thinking of her.”

Sharper: “And at Rise to Greatness XXII, we will unify the interim and US Championships – Deanna Frost, Asher Hayes, La Pequena Luz and Jordan Majors. And one will walk out the US Champion.”

He makes his way down the ramp as the reaction of the crowd rains down upon him. He walks up the ring steps and climbs to the top turnbuckle, lifting both fists into the air, simply looking at the crowd before dropping down and running to the opposite side.

He stands, once again, on the top rope. He then drops down and looks around.

Asher goes to the corner where a microphone is waiting for him. Hayes takes it and walks over to the middle of the ring. He looks around as he music fades out. A “Hayes!” chant breaks out and Hayes nods.

Hayes: “Thank you for that…it does feel good to hear that. Just like it feels good to hear my music play after being Selena Frost…although I’d have rather had it without my buddy Cid, and Xander getting involved, just so I could shut her up.”

Hayes shakes his head as the crowd roars.

Hayes: “But that’s not what I’m out here for. Well, not quite...I’ve been spending the last couple of weeks thinking of something Deanna Frost said to me. That I’m the defending champ…I came back in late 2024. I earned a title shot for this belt. I then defeated Luz and I said that at the end of the day, Deanna Frost had to beat me to become champion again. I didn’t want the interim tag. I didn’t want to be seen as a placeholder until Deanna returned. I was the US Champion and hearing Deanna Frost vindicate that two weeks ago…I’ll admit I didn’t know what to think.”

Hayes walks around the ring.

Hayes: “I returned with a simple plan. Try to cut through the crap and just do what I always felt I could – when the bell sounded, I could go toe to toe with anyone. I came in as a prodigy and competed with Shawn Winters and CHBK for the World Title. I had my ups and down. I was always known for something else – I had my personal challenges with Rachel Foxx. I was an Ace Marshall wannabe. I was riding on Cid’s coattails. Dank Kush….But never for what I did in the ring.”

Hayes pauses.

Hayes: “I got clean. I tried to repair relationships. I wanted to have a role with my daughter and my partner. And I had just hoped to compete. And against Luz, it looked that way. Against Syren…and then Jordan Majors showed up. I don’t need to go through that story. But Jordan, I don’t know what changed in you, but then seeing you attack Deanna Frost last week when you knew damn well she was on edge because of what she dealt with. You don’t’ give a damn about anyone but yourself!”

Hayes looks at the camera.

Hayes: “Luz has tried to step up to you. She’s trying to help Deanna. You ran out and took the cheap shot last week. And I’m not going to speak for Deanna. I’ll let her say what she wants. But me…I look at Rise to Greatness in two ways.”

Hayes holds up one finger.

Hayes: “I am facing two of the best in SCW right now, defending my title. Deanna Frost and La Pequena Luz. I said I was going to come back and I was going to put on a show for each and every one of you. You’d come to pay to see me compete because you knew you’d see a great match. And I was going to drag a great match out of my opponents, even if I was beating the hell out of them. I was going to beat them. I was going to do it and make it a tribute to this sport, and I was going to win. And I get to try and do that with two people who deserve that respect!”

Hayes then looks at his hand.

Hayes: “But then there’s two…”

Hayes holds up a second finger.

Hayes: “This is about three people who need to show Jordan Majors what respect is. She wants the US Title. She has her chance to win it legit. And she’ll have to beat three people she’s wronged at various level to do it. Part of me wants to ask for an agreement between Luz, Deanna and I where we make sure she takes the fall. But that wouldn’t be true competition. Instead, Jordan…you’re going to have to actually pin one of us, or make one of submit. And we have all of the motivation in the world to prevent you from doing it. From making sure you don’t prosper, to making you have to look in the mirror. The Star of Today won’t be arriving at Rise to Greatness. She’s going to be Star of Never Will Be.”

The crowd gives a bit of a mixed reaction.

Hayes: “To Luz, to Deanna…may the best wrestler win.”

“Song of the Dead” plays as Hayes looks in the camera, letting a brief nod, before then turning and walking over to the corner. He hands off the microphone, before turning back and exiting to the floor. He walks around the ring and to the rampway.

Sharper: “Hayes, to his point, no frills. No jokes. No nothing. Just a clear message. Focusing on the title. Focusing on trying to make Jordan Majors realize that her efforts will be for not.”

Knots: “And if she wins? We’ll never hear the end of it!”

Sharper: “But between what she’s done to Luz, to Deanna…Deanna returning just to stop her from playing the same games again. Even when she wasn’t ready. That’s what the title means to her.”

Knots: “And Majors may be holding it when we’re all done!”

Hayes walks to the back.

The Breakdown logo comes up as we see a blurry image and it slowly gets clearer as we see a figure, wrapped in a black cloth, tied up with ropes. The figure moves as we see a member of THEM come into the screen.

THEM member: “Tick tock. Hollywood. You’ll never find us. And Dependable you only wish you could. Those were low level henchmen. The next will take you out. No one can stop us from what we’ll do. And definitely no TWO teams.”

The THEM member starts to laugh.

THEM: “Time is running out!”

The camera then focuses on the tied up, covered figure as the scene fades out.

Giovanni Aries vs. Sal Darius

“California love” by 2Pac Shakur hits the arena and Sal Darius comes out wearing his world's famous blublockers. 'The Sex Vibe' comes out with all the hype and toughness. He walks a little and then takes a sprint to the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a twenty minute time limit. First, from Venice, California, he is the Sex Vibe, Sal Darius!”

After sliding in the ring underneath the bottom rope, he climbs the turnbuckle and points to his crotch. Then 'The King of the world of Hearts' throw his blublocker aviators in the crowd and jumps back performing boxing shadow in the ring warming up for his bout.

Sharper: “I don’t know what to think here-“

Knots: “I know! CHBK is trying to wear down the SCW World Champion. Giovanni Aries should be focusing on Rise to Greatness. Not taking on someone like Sal Darius who could ruin everything.”

Sharper: “What? Giovanni Aries cares about the World Title?”

Knots: “Cares about controlling it, yes!”

We hear the sound of a door open that rings out over the arena as we then hear the words

|| THE WONDERLAND MADMAN ||

‘Villain’ by Wildfire begins to play as the arena goes dark except for a psychedelic spotlight as from beneath the stage rises Giovanni Aries sitting cross legged dressed in his Psychedelic fur coat and trunks combo as he cackles out before jumping up and spinning with arms out. He is then joined by William Heaven as he walks out from the back. Giovanni cackles out once again as he looks at his comrades while lighting a Wonderland cigarette before giving them a nod as he starts toward the ring. Giovanni Aries makes it to the apron as he swiftly jumps on the apron and faces the crowd. He extends his arms outward before pointing to the various people in the crowd. He yells out…

“DEATH TO THE LIZARD KINGDOM”

He then makes a throat slashing gesture before cackling out once more.

Phillips: “His opponent, representing the Fall of Man and accompanied by William Heaven, hailing from Black Rick Desert, Nevada, he is the SCW World Champion, Giovanni Aries!”

Giovanni then puts the Wonderland cigarette in his mouth before flipping backwards over the rope into the ring. He spins around as then takes off his fur coat and hands it to William Heaven. Giovanni Aries takes a seat on the top turnbuckle as he takes one drag of the cigarette before throwing it aside.

Sharper: “And as usual, the World Championship not with the champion. Again, openly showing his disdain for the title. We are still awaiting what SCW will decide for Rise to Greatness.”

Knots: “As expected though, Cid’s a yes. Xander’s a yes. And Selena already said her position last week. So what’s the issue?”

The bell sounds as Aries looks at Darius. Darius smirks as he spins around a bit. They two step up and lock up in the middle of the ring. Aries pushes Darius back, getting more leverage and getting him into the corner. He pushes him back. The official calls for the break.

Aries backs up. Darius then swings. Aries ducks and spins around. Darius turns around and Aries hits a Mongolian chop. He then hits another shot to the jaw before hitting a throat thrust. Darius staggers back and Aries grabs him and runs him over to the corner and drives him face first into the middle turnbuckle. He then drives his head into the middle turnbuckle again and again, before Darius blocks it and elbows Aries in the ribs.

Sharper: “Aries quickly trying to just discombobulate Sal Darius with his unique offense.”

Knots: “Darius doesn’t like that one bit!”

Darius elbows him again and then turns and nails Aries with a hard right and then another. Aries staggers and Darius then grabs him and runs him into the ropes. Aries bounces off and Darius clotheslines him down. He then dives onto Aries and hammers away on him with repeated rights and lefts. Aries covers up as Darius gets a series of shots in before getting up and walking around the ring. Aries starts to get up, smirking and turns as Darius runs at him and goes for a clothesline. Aries ducks and spins around. Darius then drills him with a California slap. The crowd ohs. Aries staggers and Darius then grabs him and pulls him in and muscles him down with an inside cradle.

Aries kicks out. Both get up and Aries kicks Darius in the ribs and rakes his eyes. Darius staggers back to the corner.

Sharper: “Darius nearly got a three there!”

Knots: “No! We don’t need to hear that!”

Sharper: “Aries coming back. Going to the eyes.”

Aries then whips Darius hard across the ring. Darius hits the corner hard and staggers out, only for Aries to run across and hits a running kitchen sink. Darius flips forward in pain. Darius rolls over and starts to get up and Aries grabs him and runs him face first into the nearby top turnbuckle. Darius staggers and turns and throws a hard right. Aries catches his arm. Darius throws a left and catches that arm before hitting an arm-trap suplex. Aries goes for the pin.

Darius kicks out. He rolls over and Aries stands over him and jumps up, sitting down on the lower back of Darius. Darius drops to the mat. Aries then repeated the process as Darius gets back up. He then runs into the ropes, bouncing off and hitting a running boot to Darius, knocking him back. Aries goes for the pin.

Sharper: “Running boot and Darius in trouble here against the World Champion.”

Knots: “Aries needs to do this. Keep Darius down. He can’t use his offense. This is just good strategy!”

Darius kicks out. He then rolls over and starts to stir. Aries grabs him and pulls him up and elbows him in the back of the head. He then elbows him again. Aries then goes to whip Darius into the ropes. Darius bounces off and Aries goes for a back drop, but Darius spins around and then just nails him with a hard right. Aries staggers and turns back and Darius hits an enziguri kick. Aries hits the mat. Darius then grabs him and hits a DDT. Darius looks around and then fights up and runs to the ropes, jumps off the middle rope and hits the Sex Curse. He hooks the leg.

Aries kicks out. Darius looks up and then turns to Aries and nails him with a series of hard right hands to the jaw. The crowd roars as Aries covers up again.

Sharper: “After the pinfall attempt, a series of hard rights. Darius, looking to make a big statement. And just hammering away on the World Champion!”

Knots: “Come on ref! Get him off!”

Darius pushes away and gets up as Aries rolls over. He starts to get up and Darius grabs him and whips him into the ropes. He then catches him with the Brogue Kick to the chest. Aries hits the mat. Darius turns and exits to the apron. He then climbs up to the top rope. The crowd roars as Darius looks around and then smirks, gesturing to himself before pointing around and diving off for a frog splash, but Aries rolls out of the way. Darius hits the mat. The crowd ohs. Darius slowly gets up and Aries steps up and grabs him and hits the Bad Trip.

Sharper: “Darius got a bit ahead of himself!”

Knots: “Thinking about his conquests after the match!”

Sharper: “And Aries made him pay!”

Aries exits to the apron. He then climbs up to the top rope. The crowd roars as Darius slowly starts to get up, wincing and down on his hands and knees. He slowly gets up. Aries then dives off and hits the Death to the Lizard Kingdom. The crowd ohs. Aries turns and hooks the leg.

The bell sounds. Aries rolls off. He then looks around before slowly getting up.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Giovanni Aries!”

Sharper: “And Aries with the emphatic victory!”

Knots: “Sal! Nice try but-“

Knots stops as William Heaven walks over to him.

Heaven: “You have a problem you need to fix, Jonathan. Ryan’s not going to be there. I’ve seen the medical results.”

Knots: “Wait…what…but-“

Heaven: “So, how are you going to fix this? Because I am not someone you want as an enemy! And right now, you’re making me have to deal with issues that are BENEATH me!”

Heaven smacks the table in anger. Knots jumps. Heaven turns back as Aries is playing to the crowd. Heaven walks over to the ring. He motions to Aries. Aries drops down to the floor. He then walks over to a camera and cackles before then walking past. Knots just looks down and around before getting up.

Sharper: “Jon…you have a show to do!”

Knots: “I’ll be right back!”

Knots grabs his phone and takes off his headset before then walks off as the scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see Jonathan Knots backstage on his phone. He paces a bit, seemingly impatiently, before then perking up.

Knots: “Owen! Hey! I’m in your neck of the woods and…”

Knots’ face drops.

Knots: “Owen? Damn it….little prick.”

Knots pulls the phone away and paces before rubbing his temple as we cut back to the ring.

The Glimmer Sisters vs. Shinigami Foundation

“Never Gonna Stop (The Red Red Kroovy)” by Rob Zombie plays as the crowd boos. A few moments pass before we see Wil Pierce and Alex Belmont walk out from the back. Pierce steps up and throws his arms in the air and then motions to the crowd. Belmont looks around and smirks before they start to head to the ring. The crowd gives them a solid reaction as they make their way down the rampway.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a twenty-minute time limit! First, they are the team of Wil Pierce and Alex Belmont, they are the Shinigami Foundation!”

The team storms to the ring and pulls themselves up onto the apron. Pierce and Belmont then walk around the ring. Pierce and Belmont turn back to one another as they talk.

Sharper: “I don’t know what to expect on this one folks. I’ll be calling the action solo I guess…Jonathan Knots leaving the announce position to deal with some business dealings I guess. Nonetheless, the Shinigami Foundation have made clear they should be World Tag Team Champions. They only lost to Fall of Man thanks to Amy Chastaine’s involvement a couple of weeks ago. They’ll get their rematch after Rise to Greatness. And now, they face a unique challenge.”

All the lights in the arena suddenly cut out, leaving the fans gasping and roaring in surprise. After a moment, blue lighting overtakes the arena, almost making it look like the entire place is underwater. On the stage, we can see what looks like water raining down right in front of the entryway, a silhouette of a woman visible behind it as she's flipping her hair and looks to be getting “dressed” for battle. “Tongue Twister” then hits and after a few seconds, we see Gina Glimmer (we assume) walk through the water, motioning as though she were parting a curtain, sashaying in a way that draws all eyes to her hips as she grins knowing full well what she's doing. Once she's fully visible she flaps her arms at her sides almost like she's flying, and as she does we see a second pair of arms flapping in the opposite motion appear from behind her, almost making her look like one of those multi-armed Hindu gods. After a few flaps she leans to one side as we see her twin Gia Glimmer (again, we assume) suddenly appear from behind her and lean the opposite way, perfectly mirroring one another. They join hands and look as though they're about to break into a ballroom dance, but Gina simply uses this to flip Gia over her back, and the moment she lands on her feet in time with the bass dropping the lighting immediately changes to a vibrant display of pinks and yellows.

Phillips: “Their opponents, on their way to the ring, from Cirque du Sins, they are Gia and Gina, the Glimmer Sisters!”

At this, the two begin to dance their way down to the ring, again a perfect mirror of one another as their sensual motions hypnotize the audience. The mirror routine breaks at a few points when they stop dancing to briefly interact with fans, Gina scoffing at some guy not worth her time in the front row desperately trying to get her number while Gia teases potentially flashing her side of the crowd only to stick her tongue out and tell them to “blame SCW” for the let down. Once they reach ringside they dance their way over to the hard cam side of the ring before pulling themselves onto the apron facing away from each other, where they press their butts together and slowly rise as they stick their tongues out and suggestively lick each finger, drawing excited cheers from all interested parties that clash with the boos they're otherwise getting from those that either aren't interested in them or see through the act. Once they're both fully upright, they mirror one another again as they lean back against the ropes, pushing out their chests for the fans' enjoyment before hooking their arms around the top rope and backflipping into the ring in sync. Once they're back in the ring the lighting returns to the underwater hues as they dance around the ring one more time, mirroring one another again, before meeting in the middle of the ring as a spotlight shines down on them. They sensually embrace, each lifting a leg up in a way that makes it seem like they're trying to wrap it around the other's body as they flip their hair before motioning for the camera to get a close-up of them as they grin and wink to the fans at home. The lights then completely cut out again for a brief moment before coming back on as normal, the Glimmer Sisters separating and moving to their corner as they wait for the bell with a hungry look in their eyes.

Sharper: “The Glimmer Sisters have been getting a lot of attention – you can guess why. Not only their look and their flexibility, but as you will see, their actions in the ring.”

The bell sounds as Gia and Gina talk before Gina, we assume, steps in. Belmont steps up and smirks as he looks at Gina. He then hold his hand up. Gina looks around as Belmont then extends his other hand. Gina reaches up for it. Belmont switches hands again, clearly trying to mess with Gina early. Gina then grabs the arm and Belmont twists it down, pulling on the arm. He then takes her over with a headlock takedown. Gina counters with a headscissors and keeps it on. Belmont nips out as Gina gets up and turns and Belmont drops down and around, into a standing switch. Gina then starts to grind against Belmont, but Belmont hits a waistlock takedown. He spins around into a front face lock. The crowd looks on as Gina reaches around and manages to twist around. Belmont almost has her in a dragon sleeper and starts to stand up, but Gina backflips through and ends up behind Belmont. Belmont steps forward. He goes for a clothesline. Gina bridges back and then Belmont stops before Gina continues her backflip, wrapping her leg around the head of Belmont and hitting a headscissors take down.

Sharper: “And there’s the flexibility. Despite the skill by Belmont, one of these Glimmer Sisters quickly showing they can match it in pure ability. And…well, folks, I’m being joined by a surprising guest. The COO of SCW, CHBK is coming to the ring.”

We see CHBK walking over to ringside. Wil Pierce snaps at him, saying something to him. CHBK responds, but the interaction isn’t fully picked up by the microphones. Belmont snaps at him too as he gets up, but Gina runs over and kicks him in the ribs. She then follows up with a series of forearm strikes as CHBK sits down at the announce position. He puts on the headset. Gina then grabs Belmont and drags him out before tagging in Gia. Gia leapfrogs in and Gina holds Belmont as Gia hits a straight kick to the ribs. She then pulls herself to the middle rope and dives off with a seated senton, driving Belmont down. She sits on his face practically for the pin.

Belmont kicks out. Gia steps forward and winks at Pierce, but turns to Belmont who hoists her up and runs her into the Shinigami corner.

Sharper: “CHBK welcome to ringside. We just saw a unique pin.”

CHBK: “I didn’t see too many of those when I was coming up in the 1980s.”

Sharper: “Mind me asking about that interaction with Pierce and Belmont.”

CHBK: “They’re just sharing their thoughts about the rematch for the Tag Titles. They want it earlier. I don’t blame them.”

Sharper: “And?”

CHBK: “I have my reasons for why it’s after Rise to Greatness. Meanwhile, right now, I’m just enjoying the action and apparently covering for someone else who seems to need to a reminder of what their job actually is.”

Belmont hits a couple of other shoulder thrusts to the ribs before reaching up and tagging in Pierce. Pierce enters and Belmont and Pierce then snapmare Gia out and Belmont turns to Pierce who scoops him up and slams him on Gia. Belmont rolls out of the ring. Pierce goes for the pin.

Gia kicks out. Gia turns as Gina looks on (or we assume that’s who they are), as Pierce grabs Gia and whips her into the corner. Pierce runs after and hits a running European uppercut. Gia staggers out and Pierce then grabs her and hits an exploder suplex into a pin.

Gina breaks it up. She rolls out of the ring. Gia rolls over as Gina turns and hops onto the apron. She leans back, trying to get Pierce’s attention. Pierce shakes his head and grabs Gia. He then elbows her in the back of the head and then again before placing her head between his legs. He hoists her up and goes for the Fall of the Angels, but Gia slides behind him. Pierce stops and turns around and Gia runs at him and jumps up and manages to take him down with a Lou Thesz Press, driving her chest into his face too. Pierce shoves her off. Gia rolls over and tags in Gina. Gia then gets up and ducks a clothesline from Pierce. Gia however goes right into Steve Hollinsworth, pulling him into her chest and Gina enters and low blows Pierce. The crowd ohs as Gina lets the arm linger there a moment before pushing him down. Gia exits the ring as Gina goes for the pin.

Sharper: “And one of the Glimmer Sisters…letting that linger. A low blow.”

CHBK: “I get a lot of people focusing on their looks and their antics. But they can compete.”

Sharper: “You’re condoning a low blow.”

CHBK: “I’m condoning their ring intelligence. I’ve worked with more skilled wrestlers who couldn’t distract as well as they can.”

Sharper: “I don’t think Steve Griffin or CBA could match their figure.”

CHBK: “Vixen Star on a good day…”

Pierce kicks out. Gina then turns and stomps him in the chest over and over and over again. Pierce rolls over and starts to get up and Gina runs at him and jumps up and tackles him back into the corner. She leans forward, bending her ass into his face. Pierce shoves her forward. She stops and turns around and Pierce gets up as Gina runs at her, but Pierce kicks her in the ribs and then hoists her up and hits the Madame Guillotine. The crowd ohs. Pierce steps up and tags in Belmont. Belmont climbs to the top rope and Pierce grabs him and hits the Rocket Launcher onto Gina.

Gina just gets her shoulder up. The crowd ohs. Belmont gets up and tags Pierce back in. Belmont turns as Pierce hoists Gina up onto his shoulders and then throws her off and into a shoot kick by Belmont. Belmont exits as Pierce turns and tags Belmont back in. Belmont runs over as Gina is half out it and Pierce whips her into the ropes. She bounces off and Belmont hits a drop toe hold as Pierce hits a running senton to the back. He rolls over as Belmont rolls Gina over, covering her.

Gia breaks it up.

Sharper: “And there’s that trademark tag team ability. The chemistry between these two.”

CHBK: “It’s why I’m glad to see them in SCW. Hard to find teams that just naturally know where to be. It’s a second sense. But SCW’s tag division has some great talent!”

Gia turns as Pierce grabs her and pulls her up. She however manages to counter with a pump kick. Pierce staggers back. Gia crawls to the ropes. This causes the official to turn to Pierce to get him out. Belmont gets up and grabs Gina and pulls her up, but Gia then runs over and hits Belmont in the back of the head, while also taking him down with a Lou Thesz Press to his back. He falls forward and into Gina, who presses her chest into his face. They sandwich him for a moment before Gia rolls over and pulls him off. Gina then rolls out of the ring as Gia remains in. Pierce exits as the referee turns around as Belmont rolls over and gets up and turns to who he suspects is Gina, but is actually Gia, and Gia hits a superkick.

Sharper: “Big superkick, but uh…hard for them to hide what they just did.”

CHBK: “And it’s something we will have to get the officials up to speed on. They’re the man, or woman, in charge, and they need to be prepared for these tactics. I’d intervene, but that’s a slippery slope to say the least.”

Belmont is stunned and Gia then rolls through and into a school boy, pulling on the tights.

Belmont kicks out, but the bell sounds and Pierce turns to the ring, stunned. Belmont looks up. Gia rolls out of the ring and into Gina, who hugs her.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, via pinfall, Gina and Gia, the Glimmer Sisters!”

Sharper: “And the Glimmer Sisters stun the Shinigami Foundation!”

CHBK: “I think we just saw the Tag Division get a bit more complicated.”

Sharper: “Any hit to Shinigami’s title shot?”

CHBK: “That’s safe. But I may have to take a look at the Glimmer Sisters afterward.”

Gina and Gia play it up a bit as they raise each other’s arms as Pierce enters the ring, annoyed.

Backstage, Knots is back on the phone. He’s in mid-conversation.

Knots: “Look, we’re here. Just come by. You can kick him in the head or something….Look, I don’t care how the knee is. You probably are fine….Come on Matt…I need this. I need…But Matt…Listen…Fine! Is Exeter there?! He always was better! I’ll even take Charles!”

Knots pulls the phone away, clearly having been again, hung up on.

Knots: “Pfft…they were overrated anyways. Extraordinary…Most Wanted. Hurse was better. God rest his soul…I think….come on Jon. Think.”

Knots keeps pacing, running his hand through his hair, before Breakdown cuts to commercial.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns to the ring as we see Jonathan Knots walking around ringside. He runs his hand through his hair and heads over to the announce position. He takes a few steps and stops as CHBK stands up. He then motions for Knots to take his spot.

Sharper: “Welcome back to ringside and looks who’s back.”

Knots slowly walks over and CHBK walks over to him, headset still on.

CHBK: “You are hired to do a job. You’re starting to let your other interests get in the way. I’ve booked the match. But ultimately, Jon…you are expected to be here at ringside, calling the action. Now do you have someone to compete on your behalf?”

Knots looks over to Sharper and then back and then shakes his head no.

CHBK: “Well then, here’s what’s going to happen. You have until next week. Either you’re going to have a name…or you’ll be competing against Chris Dumont.”

Knots: “What?! I’m not a wrestler!”

CHBK: “That’s what you got yourself into.”

Knots: “But Heaven-“

CHBK just smirks. Knots looks at CHBK as CHBK takes the headset off and motions for him to take his seat. Knots walks behind him and feigns going to punch CHBK only to then grab the headset and place it over his ears. CHBK turns to the ring. “This is How a Heart Breaks” plays as CHBK walks over to the steel steps, grabbing a microphone handed to him by Phillips, and entering the ring where there is a table set up, and a leatherbound clipboard.

Knots: “Where does he get off making me compete?”

Sharper: “He’s the boss! And he’s now going to determine one more thing. He told me in the break. The paperwork was getting drawn up regarding Giovanni Aries’s challenge.”

CHBK walks over to the table.

CHBK: “Fans, thank you for your patience tonight as one of the things we’ve been working on backstage is to determine what we were going to do with the Giovanni Aries situation and his so-called challenge to raise the World Championship, demanding it be in a ladder match.”

The crowd roars.

CHBK: “So at this point, allow me to introduce first…the SCW World Champion, Giovanni Aries!”

The crowd boos as CHBK turns to the entrance way. We hear the sound of a door open that rings out over the arena as we then hear the words

‘Villain’ by Wildfire begins to play as the arena goes dark except for a psychedelic spotlight. Instead of his usual entrance, Giovanni Aries walks out from the back, joined by William Heaven. Aries smirks as he starts to walk down to the ring. The boos continue as he just heads to the ring, focusing on CHBK. Heaven looks more annoyed as the two reach the ring. Aries pulls himself onto the apron and into the ring. He then walks over to the clipboard and grabs it and starts to look at it. William Heaven enters the ring and immediately snaps at CHBK. He then walks past before looking at Knots. Knots shrugs.

CHBK: “Giovanni…”

Giovanni keeps looking at it, ignoring CHBK.

CHBK: “While you go over that document, allow me to introduce your challengers…first! One of the two winners of the Taking Hold of the Flame…Xander Valentine!”

The crowd roars. A long church bell rings, once- twice- a third time as the crowd explodes. The lights go out as Xander’s voice echoes out over the sound system, increasing the intensity of the crowd’s roar.

“Never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”

The few opening keystrokes of “Soul on Fire” by Last Internationale chimed. A lull before the storm as the crowd seems to calm for only a moment before Delila Paz’s blues dominate the audio.

A singular light appears before the curtains, on the other side is the outline of a large man. On the screen, we’re shown Xander Valentine holding onto the bars of a prison cell. He starts to bend the bars before the scene blurs.

The curtain drops to reveal Xander. A quick salvo of pyros explodes in front of him before he steps through the smoke with an intense look on his face. He starts down the ramp, Xander’s gaze affixed on the ring.

Xander leaps up onto the apron in a single bound. Xander climbs up over the top rope and marches straight to the table. Giovanni Aries backs up as Heaven also pulls him away. He then snaps at CHBK to keep Giovanni safe. Xander just looks at Giovanni and then to CHBK. Before CHBK can do or say anything, Xander grabs the contract, and then grabs the pen and immediately signs it. He throws it down.

CHBK: “Xander…did-“

Xander: “I don’t care. He won’t be taking me out. I’ll be ending the Fall of Man and becoming the World Champion again!”

The crowd roars. CHBK looks around.

CHBK: “Well, Xander Valentine already signing and next…the other co-winner of the Taking Hold of the Flame…Cid Turner!”

“Dark Child” by Marlon Williams plays as the lights flash. The big screen shows several highlights of Cid Turner's career as the song continues to play. The crowd roars as Cid makes his way onto the stage, looking tensely out into the crowd. Cid takes a moment to let it all soak in before he begins his walk down the ramp. Xander watches Giovanni Aries as Aries leans back in his corner with Heaven now on the apron.

Sharper: “Xander immediately signing. We don’t even know the terms. But Cid Turner now coming to the ring.”

Knots: “And he’s been open about the spinal stenosis. He’s one of the reasons I can see SCW having a lot of concern here. Then again, he should be retired!”

Cid continues his walk down the ramp and keeps his eye on the ring while continually muttering to himself. Cid reaches the ring and climbs up the steps, slowly walking across the apron to the corner and pulling himself up onto the second rope, standing on the turnbuckle and looking around the arena while taking a deep breath. He pounds his chest and peers out into the sea of people.

“My only dear long wasteful son

One day you'll wonder what you've become”

The music begins to fade out as Cid climbs down from the ropes and enters the ring, making his way to the contract. CHBK walks over to him. The two share some words before Cid looks at the contract.

CHBK: “Now Cid-“

Aries just smiles as Cid takes the contract and without hesitating, he follows Xander Valentine in grabbing the pen and signing his name to it. The crowd roars. Cid Turner doesn’t even say anything. He steps back.

CHBK: “Anything to add.”

Cid steps up.

Cid: “I’ve said my piece. Giovanni can see it as nothing. I see it as something far more and I came back for it!”

The crowd roars.

CHBK: “Well there is one more…”

BELIEVE IT... OR NOT!

"Thank You for Hating Me!" by Citizen Soldier plays throughout the arena, the SCW Universe deafening the song with their boos.

CHBK: “Selena Frost!”

The lights shift to dark purple and blue, filling the arena as snow is seen “falling” along the electronic floor and screens as, out from the back, walks the Snow Queen, Selena Frost, taking in the crowd of the SCW Universe with a smirk. She has a microphone in her hand. She takes a few steps, but slowly makes her way to the ring.

Selena: “While Xander and Cid are quick to apparently die in the ring over a title they will never hold again…I am someone who will overlook a contract. So, CHBK…how about you enlighten us.”

CHBK nods as Selena continues to walk to the ring.

CHBK: “Very simple – the World Championship will be on the line in a ladder match at Rise to Greatness XXII. Whoever reaches up and grabs the title, securing control – they are the SCW World Champion. But…SCW wouldn’t signed up off on it unless EVERYONE was covered by a hold harmless agreement should something happen. Given Xander’s concussion history…given Cid’s spinal stenosis…and Selena, given your addiction issues in the past…simply put, whatever comes out of this match, you agree that you are entering by your own free will and anything that happens to you, you waive SCW and your fellow competitors of any legal accountability.”

The crowd buzzes.

Knots: “Wow….”

Sharper: “And Cid and Xander don’t care. That’s how badly they want to be the World Champion. I’m still stunned at why CHBK is agreeing to the ladder match.”

Selena: “That’s all well and good…but you could’ve just said no. So why is this a ladder match all of a sudden.”

CHBK pauses and nods.

CHBK: “After Taking Hold of the Flame and the decisions of some…SCW’s ownership wants the match advertised in the ring. So the additional clause is Giovanni Aries has to appear, has to enter the match, and has to compete or the entirety of Fall of Man will forfeit their titles and will be barred from SCW.”

Heaven shakes his head. Selena then stops at the steel steps.

CHBK: “Now I don’t give a damn – Giovanni. You can play your game. You forget, I have held that World Title multiple times too. And I’m not going to listen to you insult something some people give a whole career to hope to hold, to have a physical representation of their glory in this sport. But ultimately, you have to make a choice – you get your little performance of what you claim this is about, but you need to show up. But if you don’t sign that contract…I will make sure that Xander, that Cid, that Selena will fight in a triple threat match and we will crown a new World Champion. And if I have to resign, because the ownership is upset, so be it. I have my own principles too.”

Selena then enters the ring.

Selena: “Then step out of the way because ultimately, ladder match or not, I will be world champion.”

Selena then walks over and grabs the pen and signs it. Giovanni then laughs as he steps up. He keeps laughing as CHBK looks at him. Selena, Xander, and Cid all look at him.

Aries: “Dance…dance…dance puppets, dance!”

Aries laughs again, speaking outside of earshot to a microphone.

Aries: “You will die for it and it’s no one’s fault but yourselves! Trust the Lizard Kingdom to remove itself from the equation.”

He laughs again.

Aries: “It’s all beginning-“

Xander then steps up and boots Aries in the face. Aries falls back. This leads Selena to then hit Xander with the Glass Shard. Xander falls back and up and over the top rope to the floor. Selena turns as Cid grabs her arm, twists it around and then hits the Sovereign Takeover. Cid then gets up, but Giovanni then grabs Cid and locks in the Embrace of Reptilian Genocide! The crowd roars and boos as Cid reaches up and Giovanni keeps the hold on. Cid struggles, trying to reach out for the ropes, but to no avail. Giovanni keeps the hold on.

Sharper: “Aries with the Embrace on Turner! Turner has nowhere to go.”

Knots: “But the arm now too. Aries is hurting the arm with this!”

Giovanni continues with the hold as CHBK runs over and tries to pry him off. After several moments, Giovanni lets go and rolls over. He then gets up as CHBK turns and checks on Cid. He looks around as Giovanni then walks over to the contract. He takes it and smiles before signing it. He throws it down before “Villain” plays throughout the arena.

Sharper: “And while Xander struck Aries. The other three – the challengers – they again went after each other!”

Knots: “And Aries again gets the last laugh. Last to sign it. And he’s vowing to be at Rise to Greatness to defend the World Title!”

Aries then steps over Selena Frost and looks at her before stepping through the ropes and dropping to the floor. Heaven walks down the steel steps. He walks around the ring as Xander stirs on the floor, holding his jaw as the scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

Dante Slayton vs. Meghan Strader

The lights in the arena fade down to a low blue as suddenly a voice speaks up from somewhere within the darkness that surrounds everybody.

<For a few seconds, this place was Armageddon!>

<There was a firefight!>

<REACH OUT AND TOUCH FAITH!!>

As Marilyn Manson's cover of Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus" begins to play, the fans in attendance start to stomp in time with the drumline as Dante Slayton slowly walks out onto the entrance way, playing to the crowds followed by both Wil Pierce and Alex Belmont who do fist bumps with Dante before he slowly starts to make his way down to the ring. Belmont and Pierce head to the back.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a twenty minute time limit. First, he hails from Boston, Massachusetts, representing the Shinigami Foundation, known internationally as the “Harbinger of Fury”, Dante Slayton!”

Dante continues his walk down to the ring, occasionally fist bumping with a fan before he gets to the ring steps where stands there for a moment with his eyes closed as he fights to center himself before he slams both of his fists on the top of the ring steps before climbing them, wiping his feet off before entering the ring properly before hitting his father's signature crucifix pose to the roar of the crowds.

Sharper: “Dante Slayton focused here. You wonder how his issues with Chris Lawler could manifest themselves here. Nonetheless, he’s got a tough match here.”

Knots: “Tough match – he’s got Meghan Strader and Strader will be looking to make an example out of him. And remember, Slayton holds a win over Syren, thanks to Meghan Strader!”

“Unchained” begins to play as the houselights slowly dim. At the twelve second mark, lights start flickering as the beat and rhythm of the song get louder.

The big screen lights up with the chrome ‘S’ emblem and explodes into shots of Meghan Strader in action. Her name flashes on the screen, and a small amount of Pyro shoots off as Meghan steps out from behind the curtain.

Meghan stops halfway down, looks side to side, raises up her arms and the entire stage explodes in gold and silver pyrotechnics as the family sneer comes across Meghan’s face.

At that Meghan turns it into a stride and slides under the bottom rope into the ring and jumps up to the top turnbuckle as she raises her fist in the air. She steps down and awaits the start of the match.

Sharper: “Meghan Strader – in just over two weeks, two and half weeks, she’ll face Syren at Rise to Greatness. Three months in the making.”

Knots: “Is Rise to Greatness going to be able to contain them?!”

The bell sounds as Slayton steps up to Strader and slugs her with a hard right. Meghan staggers and turns and runs at Slayton, tackling him down. The crowd erupts as Strader nails Slayton with a series of hard right hands before Slayton pushes her off. Meghan Strader rolls over and gets up and Slayton chops Strader. The crowd woos. He chops her again. Strader falls to the ropes. Slayton grabs her and whips her across. Strader bounces off and Strader goes for a back drop. Strader, however, grabs him by the head and hits a mat slam. The crowd ohs. Strader then steps up and stomps Slayton in the face and then the chest before the face again. Slayton rolls over, moving to the corner.

Sharper: “And this turning into a donnybrook right here. Just a fight.”

Knots: “Strader won’t back down from it and Slayton, well he’s said the last few weeks! He doesn’t care for losing in one.”

Strader knees Slayton in the ribs once and then again and again before then taking Slayton and sanpmaring him out. She pushes him down and hits a knee drop. She goes for the pin.

Slayton kicks out. Slayton starts to get up and Strader hits a hard right. Slayton staggers to the ropes. Strader then kicks him in the ribs once and then again and again.

Strader goes to whip Slayton across, but Slayton spins through and sends Strader in. She bounces off and Slayton catches Strader and hits a head and arm suplex. The crowd ohs. Slayton pushes Strader down and goes for the pin.

Strader kicks out. Both get up and Slayton forearms Strader in the jaw before then hitting an enziguri. Strader falls to the mat. Slayton then runs into the ropes, and hits the Flashing Elbow. He rolls her over and hooks the leg.

Strader kicks out again. He then grabs her and pulls her up, but Strader pulls him through the ropes and to the floor.

Sharper: “Strader grabbing Slayton. Pulling through the ropes to the floor. Creating that distance.”

Knots: “There’s a craftiness from her. You don’t run the Cowgirls from Hell without being crafty.”

Sharper: “And Strader thinking more!”

Slayton starts to get up on the floor. (1) Strader runs across the ring, bounces off and hits a baseball slide to the chest. (2) Slayton falls to the mat. Strader pulls herself to the floor. (1) She then grabs Slayton, pulling him up and then hitting a Ukrainian leg sweep into the barricade. (2) The crowd ohs. Slayton tolls over as Strader gets u. (3) She grabs hi and drags him up before rolling him into the ring. (4) She slides in after. Slayton starts to get up and Strader gets up and kicks him in the ribs. She then backs up and kicks him in the face. He pops up. Strader then runs into the ropes, bouncing off and going for a clothesline. Dante, however, ducks under and grabs her and hits a snap German suplex.

Sharper: “Big German. Quick move. And Slayton opens up a potential comeback.”

Knots: “And avoided his head being taken clean off.”

Meghan Strader rolls over and starts to get up and Dante grabs her again in a waistlock and pulls her up and hits a second German suplex. Meghan stirs and starts to get up and Dante hits the Re-animator. Meghan rolls to her back. Dante then gets up and exits to the apron. He climbs up to the top rope and looks at Meghan before going for the Meteor Rain, but Meghan rolls out of the way. Dante rolls through. She gets up and Dante turns to her only for Meghan to kick her in the ribs and hit the Two for the Show. Dante rolls to his back. Meghan gets up and exits to the apron. She climbs up to the top rope and looks at Dante before hitting the Fatality. She turns back and hooks the leg.

Dante shoots his shoulder up. Meghan rolls off and shakes her head before getting up. Dante starts to get up and Meghan kicks him in the ribs. She sets up for the My Friend of Misery, but Dante counters with a back drop.

Sharper: “Slayton saving himself again! This time with the back drop.”

Knots: “Better think quick!”

Meghan gets up and turns, but Dante kicks her in the ribs and hits the Dante’s Inferno. He hooks the leg.

Meghan gets her shoulder up. Dante rolls off and looks around. He then starts to get up as Meghan slowly rolls over. Dante then steps up and hits a knee rake. Meghan staggers to the ropes. Dante then runs up behind her and hits a snap dragon suplex into a bridge.

Meghan kicks out. She rolls over and starts to get up and Dante grabs her in a waistlock. He then tries to go for a German, but Meghan blocks it. He tries again, but Meghan blocks it again and then elbows him in the jaw once and then again and again. Dante spins around and Meghan manages to muscle him up and hit a hot shot onto the top rope. Dante falls back.

Sharper: “And Meghan Strader drops Dante Slayton onto the top rope. Slayton trying to catch his breath.”

Knots: “It gives Meghan the opening she needs!”

Meghan then turns as we see Syren and Lexy Chapel starting to walk down to the ring. They take a few steps, before we see officials running out from the back. Hiro Tanaka and Dillusion join them and stop Syren and Lexy Chapel. Syren points to the ring as Meghan smirks and then turns around as Dante starts to stir and Meghan grabs Dante and then pulls him up and goes for the Vengeance, but just as she reaches the corner, we see crew member suddenly throw a fireball towards Meghan. It doesn’t hit her, but it causes her to let go for Dante and back up. The camera turns to show Ravyn Taylor who smirks.

Sharper: “Syren and Lexy Chapel on the rampway, but Ravyn! Ravyn was disguised as a crew member!”

Knots: “And did she just throw fire at her!”

Sharper: “It didn’t hit her, just stunned Meghan! And I think that was the point! Slayton from behind!”

Strader is spun around by Slayton who then hits the Devil’s Trigger. Ravyn walks around the ring and then starts to jog to the rampway as we see Tearra Skye and Mackenzie Strader coming out from the back. Slayton covers Strader.

The crowd roars as the bell sounds. Syren then smirks, hearing the bell. Ravyn runs over and she yells out.

Syren: “There’s another one!”

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Dante Slayton!”

Sharper: “And Slayton now has pinned Meghan Strader! And Syren getting more revenge!”

Knots: “I think they’re even, right?”

Sharper: “I don’t know, but Ravyn, in simplicity, making sure to get that one more loss caused by Syren. Slayton meanwhile continues to rise. And officials keeping Syren and company away from the Cowgirls from Hell. When Strader and Syren meet at Rise to Greatness…oh boy!”

The crowd roars as Dante gets up and looks around. Mackenzie and Tearra keep going for Syren and Chapel, now joined by Ravyn as officials keep them apart. Meghan turns, holding her jaw, glaring at them as Slayton continues his celebration. He steps forward, only for the camera shot to widen and we see Chris Lawler, having come from the crowd, sliding in from behind. He runs over and decks Slayton from behind. Slayton goes down. Lawler mounts him, nailing him over and over as the crowd erupts.

Sharper: “And now Lawler going for Slayton!”

Knots: “Get more help out here!”

Lawler nails Slayton with shot after shot as we see more officials running out from the back. The scene slowly fades out.

Waylon Creek vs. Glory Braddock

The first chords of "Immortal" by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play over the PA system...

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall with TV time remaining and is your main event of the evening. First, from London, England, she is The British Bombshell, Glory Braddock!”

Glory Braddock steps out onto the stage, wearing her ring gear consisting of purple spandex pants, boots, and a purple top. She really does look like a million bucks and grins from ear to ear, gazing out at the crowd for a moment before making her way down the entrance ramp.

The British Bombshell steps up the steel steps and then onto the ring apron. She poses momentarily on the apron, allowing people to take snapshots before stepping through the ropes and into the ring. Once in the ring Glory heads to the center of the ring and poses once more. Then the music dies down slowly...

Sharper: “Glory Braddock on her way to the ring and Waylon Creek making an offer to Ryan LeCavalier to take her out. I’m sure Glory is going to have something to say about that.”

Knots: “I think a few things. I don’t know if Ryan LeCavalier has gotten in touch with Waylon. But Waylon Creek is the type of man that can do what he says he can! We know what he could do with the Canary!”

The sound and image of a babbling brook overtake the PA and screen. Shortly after, a man dressed in a suit flickers onto the screen, standing in the middle of the creek, facing away from the camera. “Mountain Banjo” by Rhiannon Giddens comes over the system, and from behind curtain emerges a muscular figure in a skull mask, adorned by torn up flannels, being led by a black lab on a leash.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Good Grief, Idaho, he is Waylon Creek!”

The dog leads the way as Waylon Creek follows close behind, looking around the arena. He hands the dog off to a stage hand when he gets to the ring and appears to say something to the dog. The dog sits calmly as Creek enters the ring up the steps. He calmly goes to his corner without any posing.

Sharper: “Waylon Creek here. Time to find out what may be in the works. Or Glory may just be in for a tough day at the office regardless.”

Knots: “Someone’s winning streak is coming to end here!”

The bell sounds as Braddock looks at Creek. Senior official Aaron Demitra steps back. Waylon then steps up, bringing his hands up. Braddock watches him as he then lunges towards her and swings. Braddock ducks and spins around. She chops him. The crowd woos. Creek then starts to advance again. Braddock watches him and then Creek swings again. Braddock ducks and Creek stops at the corner. He turns around and Braddock kicks him in the ribs and then nails him again and again and again with a hard rights. Creek shoves her back. She rolls through and gets up and Creek runs out and goes for a clothesline. Braddock ducks and then goes for a school boy.

Creek kicks out. Both get up and Creek nails Braddock with a shot to the ribs. Braddock staggers over to the corner. Creek then runs at her and shoulders her hard, spearing her against the turnbuckles.

Sharper: “And Creek got her and Creek going to work!”

Knots: “Time for him to do what he does best. Beat the hell out of you!”

Creek then steps back and nails Braddock with a hard right and then another and another, pummeling Braddock with repeated blows to the forehead. Braddock drops down to a knee.

Creek then drags Braddock up and muscles her up and over with a huge hip toss to the middle of the ring. Braddock rolls over and gets up and Creek steps up and clubs her hard in the back. Braddock collapses to the mat and Creek pulls her up only to club her hard again. Braddock drops to the mat. Creek then grabs her and pulls her up before hitting a gutwrench suplex.

Sharper: “Creek all over Braddock to start here. Just muscling her over.”

Knots: “Creek’s got a new focus. He sees a path to something that allows him to get more! And if he can’t have the World Title, he’ll settle for facing LeCavalier, while ruining Braddock and Chastaine’s plan.”

Sharper: “Is he just doing this out of his own desire then?”

Braddock stirs and starts to get up and Creek nails him with a hard right and then a left. Braddock falls to the ropes. Creek then runs over and clotheslines her up and over the top rope. Braddock rolls over on the mats. (1) Creek however doesn’t stop. He steps through the ropes and drops to the floor. (1) He then grabs Glory and lifts her up, but Glory suddenly breaks his hold and nails him with a hard right and then another and another. (2) He knees her in the ribs. He then hoists her up and drops her chest first in the barricade. Glory staggers back. (3) She rolls into the ring. Creek turns and slides in after, but Braddock gets up and dives onto him, driving her elbows into the back of his head. She gets up and hits another forward elbow drop. She then stomps him over and over and over again.

Braddock steps away as Creek ended up in the ropes. Creek starts to get up and Braddock runs over and hits a dropkick. He falls back and to the ropes, rolls off them and moves to the corner.

Sharper: “And Braddock fighting back. She’s been in the ring with so many. Draw from her history. Trying to figure out how to tackle Creek.”

Knots: “And tackle a man who has been as driven as anyone in this sport.”

Braddock follows up with another dropkick. Creek’s head snaps back. She then follows up with a chop. The crowd woos. She chops him again. More woos. Creek then swings and Braddock ducks. He staggers out, but Braddock pushes herself to the middle rope and then dives off with a Prankster’s Paradise! Glory turns and goes for the pin.

Creek kicks out. Glory rolls over and starts to get up. Suddenly, on the big screen, we see Ryan LeCavalier attacking Amy Chastaine in the backstage area. She runs her into a wall, stunning her and then turns and runs her into a foot locker room. Chastaine goes up and over. She looks up, blood coming down her face from a cut. Ryan LeCavalier then frantically turns and grabs the foot locker and turns before ramming it into Amy. Amy falls back. The crowd ohs. We then see officials running into the scene, along with Spencer Pryce and Simon Lyman. Ryan LeCavalier backs up, almost smiling maniacally, as she looks around. Amy remains down as Simon runs over to check on her. Back in the ring, Glory backs up from the ropes, seeing it.

Sharper: “LeCavalier attacking Chastaine! And Chastaine bloodied!”

Knots: “Did she ram the foot locker into her head?”

Sharper: “Officials on the scene quickly along with friends of Amy. I don’t know how LeCavalier got her…”

Knots: “And I think Braddock just realized the situation changed! Creek!”

Glory turns around as Creek runs at her and drills her with a hard clothesline. She turns inside out as the crowd ohs. Creek then turns and hits an elbow drop and then another and another. Creek then gets up and grabs Glory, dragging her to the corner. He then knees her in the side of the head with the side of his knee. He rears back and does it again and again. The official goes to count, but Creek drags Glory up and then pulls her up before he hoists her up and hits a side belly to belly suplex. Creek goes for the pin.

Braddock gets her shoulder up. As she rolls over, Ryan LeCavalier appears from the back. The crowd boos loudly as LeCavalier starts to walk down the rampway to the ring.

Sharper: “And Ryan LeCavalier now coming to ringside.”

Knots: “If Creek doesn’t take her out, she may be looking to pick at the pieces!”

Braddock slowly gets up as Creek grabs her and drags her up and whips her into the ropes. She bounces off and Creek launches her in the air. Braddock drops to the mat with a flapjack. She rolls over as Ryan LeCavalier comes to ringside. Creek looks at her and then grabs Braddock, dragging her over to the middle rope. He places her on it, choking her by leaning down on her back. Ryan walks around, smiling.

Creek steps off. Glory falls back as she holds her throat. She rolls over and Creek grabs her and elbows her in the shoulder. Glory falls to her knees. She looks out defiant as Creek pulls her up and repeats the process. He then drags her up, bending her over and pumphandling her. He hoists her up, but Glory manages to slide down his back. She steps back. Creek turns and goes for a back elbow. Glory ducks and stops and hits a superkick. Creek staggers and Glory kicks him in the ribs before backing up and hitting a scissors kick. Creek drops to the mat. Glory falls back to the ropes.

Sharper: “Braddock with some much needed offense. She needed those kicks.”

Knots: “Creek was about to do what we’ve seen time and time again. He just keeps on you. He practically bludgeons you until you can’t get up or resist. Braddock may have only just bought her some time.”

Braddock sees Creek starting to get up. Braddock exits to the apron. She then springboards to the top rope and hits a spinning heel kick. Creek drops to the mat. She rolls him over and covers him.

Creek kicks out. He rolls over and starts to get up and Glory runs over and hits a kick to his side and then another and another. She then goes for a fourth, but Creek catches it. He shoves her back. Glory rolls back. Ryan stands there as Glory looks back before running at Creek and jumping up. She ends up on the shoulders of Creek, seemingly for a victory roll, but Creek counters with an electric chair drop. The crowd ohs. Creek then steps up and grabs Glory and pulls her up before hitting a pumphandle hoist into a fall-back hot shot on the top rope. Glory falls back, holding her throat. Creek crawls over and leans down on her face, pressing down in a lateral press.

Braddock kicks out.

Sharper: “Braddock kicking out. Even while LeCavalier glares daggers into her. While Creek tries to destroy her.”

Knots: “But at what cost? Is this worth it? Your little streak?”

Braddock turns as Creek drags her up by the hair and then headbutts her. She falls back into the corner. Creek follows up, but Braddock chops him in the chest. He staggers and Braddock chops him again. She then chops him in the forehead. Creek headbutts her again. Glory falls back into the corner. Creek then grabs her and throws her across the ring with another beal. The crowd then erupts in cheers as Ryan LeCavalier turns, as does Creek. We see Amy Chastaine staggering out from the back, faced bloodied.

Knots: “Oh my God! Look!”

Sharper: “It’s Amy Chastaine! Chastaine! Coming to the ring. Looking like she’s about to raise hell! Bloodied from the attack by LeCavalier!”

She then continues to head down to the ring as Ryan Lecavalier turns and heads over to the entrance way. Amy then picks up some speed and runs over and blocks a hard right from LeCavalier before nailing her with a series of hard forearm shots before then turning and running Ryan into the steel steps. Amy then turns and rolls into the ring. She then starts to get up as Creek stomps Braddock. Demitra tries to stop Chastaine as Chastaine keeps trying to get to Creek. Creek then steps over and stomps her in the back once and then again and again. Chastaine rolls over. This leads to Ryan LeCavalier, holding her side, sliding in. She then runs over and grabs Chastaine. She clubs her in the back and then pulls her back as Demitra tries to get them out. Creek turns back to Braddock and Braddock suddenly grabs him and with all her might, sends him between the top and middle turnbuckles, face first into the ringpost.

Sharper: “And Braddock sends Creek into the rignpost!”

Knots: “Did he hit head first?”

Sharper: “I think so!”

LeCavalier clubs at Chastaine before Demitra manages to pull them apart. LeCavalier is pushed back and falls over. Chastaine crawls forward. Creek staggers out and Chastaine nails him with the Lightning Strike. She turns as LeCavalier tries to get past Demitra, only to then run at her and tackle her through the ropes to the floor. The crowd erupts as Creek falls back into Glory who grabs his arms and hits the Glorification! Glory then hooks the leg. Demitra turns and counts.

Creek kicks out just after the three, but Braddock rolls off as the bell sounds. The crowd erupts in cheers.

Knots: “No! No! No!”

Sharper: “Glory Braddock just pinned Waylon Creek!”

Knots: “No!”

Sharper: “Braddock, only the second person, after Xander Valentine to do it! And thanks to the assist from Amy Chastaine!”

Creek turns and looks around. Braddock rolls to the floor as Chastaine looks in the ring and smiles. LeCavalier looks around, grabbing at her hair and pulling as Braddock holds her hand up, showing the number five before then pointing to Ryan and holding up six fingers. Creek starts to get up, looking around, showing a quiet anger, as his eyes dart around. The scene slowly fades to black…
