“Supreme Championship Wrestling...”

A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.

“The leading force in sports and entertainment today....”

MAIN SHOW:

“Psycho in my Head” by Skillet plays as we see a shot of Selena Frost standing on the stage, about to the run to the ring. We then see shots of Bree Lancaster hitting someone with the Rectifier and Simon Lyman posing with his arms out.

Maybe I'm just paranoid
Or maybe I'm just livin' a lie
Can't stop this screamin' voice
Or maybe I'm just sick inside

Shots of Kandis hitting Gratuitous on an opponent, before showing Rated X posing as SCW World Tag Team Champions. Katie Steward is next shown posing, before we see David Striker diving over the top rope and Josh Hudson standing on the stage, smiling. Shots of Chance Owens, Simon Lyman and the European Fiery Nation follow, superimposed over the Breakdown logo.

This is the face
I hate the other side of me
Out of this cage
He breaks to take the life from me
Tell me, tell me, tell me
I'm not crazy

Syren is shown hitting Xander Valentine with the Total Makeover before showing the Shinigami Foundation standing in the ring talking to the crowd. Glory Braddock is next shown hitting the London Plunge before we see The One Kirsten Scott proudly holding the SCW Television Championship. WASLEY is next shown as Kimberly Williams is seen smirking. The Breakdown logo flashes on the screen.

There's a psycho in my head
I'm closer to the edge
Makin' me feel like I'm livin' in misery, misery
Insane
These voices in my brain
Starting to feel like it's gonna be the death of me, death of me

Gavin Taylor hitting the Gavin Taylor Lariat on an opponent is next, before we see Magical Cosmic Princess YUYO making her entrance. Konrad Raab punching Ace Marshall in a steel cage is shown next, before we see Light in the Darkness hitting Wisteria Waltz against an opponent. Lexy Chapel is then shown showing off Syren. Amy Chastaine posing follows before we see James Evans powerbombing La Pequena Luz off the top rope.

There's a psycho in my, there's a psycho in my head

Shots of Deanna Frost, Ryan LeCavalier, Waylon Creek, Xander Valentine, and Syren are shown before the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The crowd cheers as pyro shoots out from the base of the stage. The display continues for a few moments before spotlights circle the arena and the cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.

Sharper: “We are in Utah, in Salt Lake City, as the fallout from Retribution will be felt!”

The cameras continue to pan the crowd before we cut to ringside and the announce position where Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots sit.

Sharper: “Hello again everyone. Welcome to Breakdown. I’m Adam Sharper, here with Jonathan Knots. Retribution has come and gone and we have a lot of talk about.”

Knots: “What the hell happened, Sharper?”

Sharper: “You’re talking about the fact that it was not inevitable, not for Waylon Creek. Creek coming up short against Xander Valentine as Valentine found a way to retain the World Championship.”

Knots: “How?!”

Sharper: “New Tag Champs in the Fall of Man. We expect to hear from them, but a lot of surprises and questions and one is the return of Jordan Majors and she came out with the US Championship?!”

Knots: “I still can’t believe…Creek…”

Sharper: “And the Connection is back. All that and more and-“

A long church bell rings, once- twice- a third time as the crowd explodes. The lights go out as Xander’s voice echoes out over the sound system, increasing the intensity of the crowd’s roar.

Knots: “And now he’s going to gloat!”

“Never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”

The few opening keystrokes of “Soul on Fire” by the Last Internationale chimed. A lull before the storm as the crowd seems to calm for only a moment before Delila Paz’s blues dominate the audio.

“Some are born to kill

Others are born to run

Some need to keep on takin'

Till you ain't got none”

A singular light appears before the curtains, on the other side is the outline of a large man. On the screen, we’re shown Xander Valentine holding onto the bars of a prison cell. He starts to bend the bars before the scene blurs.

“But baby, I wasn't built to die

Lay down and be crucified

Nah, no matter how hard they try

To push me down

Still I rise”

“Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)”

The curtain drops to reveal Xander still holding the SCW World Championship. A quick salvo of pyros explodes in front of him before he steps through the smoke with an intense look on his face. He goes from one side of the stage to the next, yelling out to the crowd and throwing up his arms. He then stops at the top of the ramp before turning to the ring and heading down.

Sharper: “Xander Valentine still on top. Still the man to beat in SCW. And it was not easy. The top rope snapped. Waylon Creek fought to the end. Took two Valhalla has Fallens and even then, Creek still had something left.”

Knots: “But how. It was supposed to be, Sharper. It was supposed to be! Creek was going to have his coronation.”

Sharper: “Maybe some things aren’t inevitable, Jon.”

Suffocate me until I am blue

To preserve my bad worldview

Paranoid, All Eyes On Me

Rumours circle, vultures feed

Baby, I wasn't built to die

Lay down and be crucified

Nah, no matter how hard they try

To push me down

Still I rise

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Xander leaps up onto the apron in a single bound. Xander climbs up over the top rope and marches straight to the far side of the ring. He then unclasps the SCW World Championship before thrusting it over his head. The crowd cheers. He looks around before turning and throwing it over his shoulder. He then goes to the apron, grabbing microphone waiting for him. He then takes it and walks over to the middle of the ring. The crowd roars as a “Xander!” chant breaks out. Xander looks around and nods as his music fades out.

Xander: “Sometimes things aren’t inevitable.”

The crowd roars.

Knots: “Are you writing his promos now, Sharper?!”

Xander: “Sometimes things don’t just come to be because you hope for it. I know that all too well. It’s one reason people think I have a glass jaw. But I hope that people saw Retribution and know I have much more left in the tank. And that the Executioner’s reign is far from over.”

Xander looks around.

Xander: “William Heaven can claim whatever he wants about Waylon Creek. And Creek is a damn good wrestler. You don’t have a streak like he did as a fluke, not here, not in SCW. And he gave me everything. We destroyed the ring. We destroyed each other. And he took what I had…and some. But ultimately, what he lacks is experience.”

Xander looks out at the crowd roars.

Xander: “He will get it. He will be that much more dangerous. But the question is whether he can put it together. That did not come at Retribution. Because I was standing in the way. And I was able to put him down. For now…I know it’s just for now. And while the Fall of Man regroups, without this World Championship…as Waylon Creek watches the tape, watches every moment, and questions how he’s not World Champion, he can step back and realize mistake number one…that Trios Tournament contract is a blessing and a curse. For you, it became a curse. Mistake number two…Did you believe your own hype? Only you can answer that. All I know is that SCW is feeling a bit different tonight. Waylon Creek looks a bit more human. Faced adversity. And now we can find out if he’ll rebound as a legend or if Heaven and his backing is all talk…the ball is in your court Waylon. But you now have to fight to get back to this…”

Xander points at the World Championship as the crowd roars.

Xander: “And if you think it’s going to come by threatening everything, by forcing your way…SCW has see it time and time again. I’ve been around for twenty years. I’ve even tried to do it myself through the New Blood Rebellion. People tend not to like it and we tend to rise up when we need to.”

Xander stops again as the crowd roars.

Sharper: “An oddly inspirational speech from the Executioner.”

Xander: “While you lick your wounds, I am still World Champion. And I am still the measuring stick. And I demand to know what next awaits me. Because there’s too much talent for me to be waiting for too long. And I propose we take my lesson that I started with and put it into action…I said nothing was inevitable. I learned that myself when Josh Hudson returned, forcing his way into my business. And while I won at Dogfight in Dusseldorf, it was not the fight I wanted. But tonight…tonight, I can get the fight I not only wanted, but I need.”

Xander turns to the main camera.

Xander: “Tonight, Konrad Raab is placed in front of me, but I noticed a curious absence…the World Title was not listed as on the line. Well, I want to fix that!”

Xander turns to the stage.

Xander: “Konrad and I should have fought one on one. Tonight, I want to give him that. So…CHBK, make it-“

“Feuer Frei” by Rammstein plays over the sound system as Konrad comes out through the curtain with his flanged German mace and the blowtorch with him, acting erratic with an angry look on his face, rising the flanged German mace and the blowtorch in the air, wearing red and black skull face paint on the right side of his face with a red and black suit hoodie over his head he wears with pieces of flame blood designed all over them. Ginny Raab walks out with him and noticeably the European Fiery Nation is with him in full. Ginny has a microphone in her hand and walks forward as Konrad looks down at the ring. He turns back to the rest of the EFN, telling them to stand watch. Konrad turns back to the ring. Ginny holds the microphone at his face.

Konrad: “Good to see that some people around here aren’t cowards!”

The crowd roars.

Konrad: “You want to finally settle this the way it should have been….”

Konrad then holds up the blowtorch and smirks.

Konrad: “It should have been in Germany, but I can settle for it here in Salt Lake City. A few friends of mine can get a front row seat. And we can settle this. Maybe if I beat you for the World Title, Josh Hudson will show his face to me, face to face after he and whoever that was jumped me at Retribution. Maybe he’ll then have to deal with the fact that that motivated me to take you out even more Xander….Josh! I hope you’re listening! I hope you’re watching. I am coming…and tonight, Xander…I send my statement by doing what I intended to do to start this year…to hold the SCW World Championship.”

Xander: “As I said…nothing is inevitable.”

Konrad: “Just the pain I will inflict on you!”

Konrad backs up as he turns to the EFN, motioning to them. “Feuer Frei” plays as Xander looks at the entrance way and nods before turning and walking across the ring. He places the microphone down on the apron nearest Phillips before exiting the ring.

Sharper: “Xander Valentine demanding his match with Raab tonight is for the title and to give him that one on one match.”

Knots: “A shot at Josh Hudson in two ways. And Raab is extra motivated. We don’t know who that was with Josh Hudson that intervened to help him win, but Raab’s fired up. And clearly he’s on high alert.”

Sharper: “If Josh Hudson is here, I’m sure he’ll be incensed that Raab may get a title shot, pending CHBK’s approval, but we’re just getting started tonight here on Breakdown!”

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns as we see the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen as we then see a shot of Konrad Raab and then a shot of Xander Valentine before showing the SCW World Championship logo underneath.

Sharper: “Folks, didn’t take long. CHBK was paying attention and didn’t waste time to make Xander Valentine and Konrad Raab’s match later tonight for the World Championship!”

Knots: “That’s going to rile everyone. Heaven, Fall of Man, Josh Hudson…oh boy.”

The still remains on the screen for a moment longer before we cut to the ring.

Oskar Theron vs. Ryan LeCavalier

SCW Television Championship

“Ride The Lightning” by Metallica plays over the sound system as Oskar walks through the curtain, holding up his Norwegian flag, wearing Norway flame lightning bolt flag trousers with The European Fiery Nation logo attached to his trousers, wearing MMA gloves and wrestling boots with Ginny Raab behind him. He gets many boos as he walks to the ring, ignoring the fans. He stands on the ramp, using the lightning bolt signals.

Phillips: “The opening contest tonight on Breakdown is scheduled for onefall with a fifteen minute time limit and is for the SCW Television Championship. First, the challenger, from Oslo, Norway, accompanied by Ginny Raab, he is Oskar Theron!”

He walks to the ring before sliding under the ropes before holding them open for Ginny to get in, and he goes on the turnbuckle to do his lightning bolt sign, with Ginny applauding Oskar before he puts himself in a corner. He holds the ropes open again for Ginny to leave the ring before turning to the stage, waiting for the match to begin.

Sharper: “Oskar Theron and Ginny Raab back out here after Konrad Raab arranged a World title match tonight. And we could be seeing lots of gold coming to the EFN.”

Knots: “Yeah – could become TV Champion too! Oskar Theron with a big chance here.”

The arena is quiet, with a palpable sense of expectancy in the air as the lights go off. An ethereal blue glow is projected onto the entry ramp by a lone floodlight that breaks through the darkness. The crowd trembles with eagerness as L'Impératrice's "A View to a Kill" pulsates synthesizers burst the stillness.

A silhouette appears out of the darkness, clad in a shimmering silver cloak that seems to both reflect and absorb the light. The coat flutters about her as she moves, giving her enticing peeks of the wrestling gear in silver and black underneath. Her face is hidden behind a mask of steely resolve, framed by the hood.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Miami, Florida, she is the SCW Television Champion, the Lost Monarch, Ryan LeCavalier!”

The moment Ryan LeCavalier, as "The Lost Monarch," removes her hood and shows off her icy-focused eyes, the audience screams. The SCW Television Championship is around her waist. At the top of the ramp, she stops and looks out over the crowd like a queen assessing her subjects. She steps down into the ring and gracefully makes her way to the turnbuckle, removing her cloak like a snake might remove its skin. With her eyes fixed on her opponent, she slides into her mouthguard, completing her transformation. The arena is bustling with the unsaid promise of a great battle to come, and the air is crackling with suspense. She hands off her title as the official, Jennifer Cassidy, takes it, and raises it over her head. The SCW Television Championship logo comes across the screen.

Sharper: “Ryan LeCavalier defeated Adam Brock at Retribution. But Clyde Sutter a problem there again. He thought that match should be his.”

Knots: “It should have been. I mean, Heaven arranged it, didn’t he?”

Sharper: “Is he the boss now?”

Knots: “Should be!”

Cassidy hands off the title. Oskar looks at LeCavalier. The bell sounds. LeCavalier steps out of her corner as Oskar looks at her. The two lunge at one another and LeCavalier grabs his arm and ducks under and into an arm wrench. Oskar winces and flips forward and then nips up before cartwheeling out and then wrenching the arm for Ryan. Ryan winces and rolls forward before bridging up and then twisting under and around and into a side headlock. Oskar pulls her to the ropes and fires her off. She bounces off and Oskar goes for a jumping spinning heel kick. Ryan slides under. Oskar turns and runs at her and Ryan sidesteps, grabbing his arm and feeding it between the ropes before sending him up and over the top rope. Oskar’s arm gets caught between the ropes. Ryan then turns and pulls on it. Cassidy calls for the break.

Ryan pulls away as Oskar hangs for a moment before pulling his arm out and wincing.

Sharper: “Ryan going for the arm. I think she meant to get him stuck there. Fed him in.”

Knots: “Puts pressure on the arm, on the arm ligaments. And Oskar Theron finding that out. He’s already shaking it out.”

Oskar looks at the ring as Ryan steps back and walks around the ring. Oskar rolls into the ring and shakes out his arm and then rushes Ryan, but Ryan ducks and then turns around. Oskar turns around and Ryan grabs his arm and goes for the Body/Prison. The crowd roars as Oskar tries to block it and moves to the ropes frantically. He gets to the ropes, hooking them with his foot.

Knots: “Big old target on that arm.”

Sharper: “And Oskar going to have to get creative here fast. He’s going to have to figure something out.”

Ryan turns as Oskar gets up and moves to the corner. Ryan takes the arm and pulls it over the top rope and then pulls back.

He turns back as Ryan gets up and Oskar runs past her and jumps to the middle rope and dives back with a leg lariat. He turns and goes for the pin.

Ryan kicks out. She turns and Oskar grabs her and drags her up. He then hits a vertical suplex before getting up and running to the ropes. He jumps to the middle rope and dives back with a lionsault. Ryan rolls out of the way. Oskar lands on his feet. Ryan gets up and steps forward as Oskar jumps up and drives Ryan down with an inverted bulldog.

Sharper: “And Oskar Theron with some good momentum. A reverse bulldog and the champion in trouble.”

Knots: “Just find the arm then. Go for the arm. Make him play defense again.”

Sharper: “Can’t if she’s on the ground and he’s going high-risk!”

Oskar turns and exits to the apron. He climbs up to the top rope and looks at Ryan before diving off with a high-angle swanton bomb, but Ryan rolls out of the way. Oskar rolls through. He gets up and runs at Ryan who hits a drop toe hold into the middle turnbuckle. Oskar shakes his head and slowly gets up and turns into a jumping heel kick. Oskar drops to the mat. He slowly gets up and Ryan grabs the arm and wrenches it before hitting a short-arm clothesline. She goes for the pin.

Oskar gets his shoulder up.

Sharper: “And a missile dropkick from LeCavalier. That gets two, but only two.”

Knots: “And Oskar is back looking for answers while Ryan is thinking.”

Ryan looks at Oskar and grabs the arm and turns him over and knees him in the shoulder. She gets up and knees him again. Oskar pulls away and moves to the ropes. Ryan heads over and grabs the arm and wrenches it, but Oskar headbutts her once and then again before shoving her into the ropes. She bounces off and he kicks her in the ribs, bends her over, hoists her up and steps forward before hitting a sitout powerbomb.

Ryan gets her shoulder up. Ryan rolls over as Oskar gets up. He then turns and waits for her to get up and then runs past her, jumping to the middle rope and diving back with a European uppercut. Oskar kicks out. Both get up and Ryan goes for a clothesline, but Oskar ducks and jumps to the ropes and dives back with the Diamond Bolt Cutter. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Diamond Bolt Cutter. Oskar got all of it!”

Knots: “Ryan even walked into it!”

Oskar turns and hooks the legs.

LeCavalier just gets her shoulder up. Oskar turns and looks out. He then gets up and grabs her and pulls her up. He then hoists her up for another powerbomb, but Ryan flips through and ends up behind him before then hooking him up and hitting a snap dragon suplex. The crowd ohs as Ryan turns. Oskar rolls through to his hands and knees. He slowly gets up and Ryan then jumps up and grabs the arm and drives it into the mat with another armbreaker DDT. Oskar rolls over in pain. He then gets up and grits his teeth and swings, but Ryan grabs his arm and pulls him down with the Body/Prison! The crowd roars.

Sharper: “The Body/Prison locked in! LeCavalier has that hold in. The same hold she defeated Adam Brock with!”

Knots: “And Oskar Theron is in the middle of the ring! And she got an extra shot in for good measure!”

Oskar tries to reach out and the crowd roars as Ryan keeps pulling back. Finally, Oskar taps out, unable to fight through the pain. The crowd roars as Cassidy calls for the bell. The bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here is your winner-“

Ryan lets go, but then we see another reason for the crowd reaction – Clyde Sutter slides into the ring. Melinda Braddock arrives at ringside. Ryan gets up and immediately, Sutter grabs her from behind and spins her around and whips her across. Ryan bounces off and Clyde Sutter catches her and swings her back before throwing her back with the Assassination!

Sharper: “And Sutter! Saw the ending coming and was in the ring before the bell even sounded! And planting Ryan LeCavalier!”

Knots: “He still wants that rematch. That match was ruined by Waylon. He wants it sooner rather than later and-“

Sharper: “And he’s setting up for more. Damn it…”

He then walks over to Ryan as the bell sounds again. Sutter ignores it as Sutter places Ryan’s head between his legs. He then hoists her up and drives her down with a powerbomb. He holds on and then hoists her up again. He then holds her up for a moment before driving her down again. The crowd cheers some more as he goes to lift her up again and this time, transitions her to his shoulders. He turns as Adam Brock runs down from the back and slides into the ring! He then jumps up and hits a variation of the Appetite for Destruction on Sutter. It sends Sutter back, but LeCavalier is slammed into the mat. He then turns as Sutter, holds his jaw. Brock ignores Ryan and turns to the legs before stepping through. He then turns him over and then grabs his head and locks in the Armageddon! The crowd cheers. The bell sounds again.

Sharper: “Brock with the Armageddon! And Sutter trapped!”

Knots: “Oh God…And Ryan…Ryan got the worst of his first attack!”

Sharper: “He hesitantly shook her hand, but now, I wonder if he’s still a bit salty about Retribution. Nonetheless, Sutter in pain!”

Melinda Braddock climbs onto the apron and she gets in and grabs Brock by the hair. She pulls as officials run down from the back. The bell sounds again. Melinda pulls Brock off and Brock steps forward and looks over to her. Melinda looks at him, yelling in his face. Brock looks at him as officials enter the ring and then start to separate the two. A couple head over to Ryan Lecavalier who leans back to the corner. Another couple check on Clyde. The crowd roars. We then see Alex “CHBK” Desoubrais walking out from the back.

CHBK: “Enough! Break it up! Break it up!”

Desoubrais heads to the ring as Lucas Knight, Dean Black, Dillusion and Hiro Tanaka arrive to further help keep the group apart. Desoubrais walks down to the ring.

Sharper: “And the COO is here!”

Knots: “Maybe he can finally have a fair solution!”

Desoubrais reaches the ring and pulls himself onto the apron.

CHBK: “Brock! Sutter!”

Brock steps forward as Sutter tries to get up and is pushed back to the corner. Melinda points to Sutter as Sutter steps up to go after the officials holding Braddock back. Lucas Knight joins Hiro Tanaka in getting Sutter back. Ryan starts to get up, wincing as Oskar Theron joins Ginny Raab and leaves the area.

CHBK: “Stay back or this is going to be an easier decision. We’re not going to keep doing this. Week after week, Brock and Sutter going after each other. Sutter, you going after LeCavalier. We’re going to replay this week after week after week. So we’re going to finish this.”

Desoubrais steps forward.

CHBK: “Next week, as much as I don’t think you deserve it, but I know if I don’t, you’ll get involved, Brock will stop you. And I don’t even know what’s going through her head.”

CHBK points at Ryan LeCavalier.

CHBK: “So next week, we’ll see a triple threat match for the SCW Television Championship. Wolfsbane Adam Brock. The Assassin Clyde Sutter. The Lost Monarch Ryan LeCavalier. And…”

CHBK looks down, thinking about it.

CHBK: “Because I’m not going to reward you Sutter…you’re going to have to get a bit uncomfortable. We’re going to take the title and raise it above the ring. Because the Television Championship, for the first time ever, will be on the line in a ladder match!”

The crowd roars. Brock smirks as Sutter just yells at CHBK.

Sutter: “Won’t matter. Won’t matter!”

Ryan LeCavalier rolls to the floor and is handed her title. She looks in the ring before then looking at CHBK and then her next opponents.

Sharper: “Ladder match for the TV Title next week on Breakdown!”

Knots: “That’s one way to solve it! And at least if Creek runs in, then the match keeps going!”

Sharper: “I don’t know if LeCavalier is happy, but Brock is loving it!”

“This is How A Heart Breaks” plays as CHBK backs up and then exits the ring. Ryan LeCavalier walks around the ring as Brock and Sutter keep jawing at one another and the scene fades out.

COMMERCIALS

The scene opens up with a shot of Josh Hudson at a gym somewhere. A wrestling ring can be seen behind him.

Hudson: “Sorry, Konrad…you may be disappointed, but I think you now need to step back and think long. Did you enjoy the surprise I had for you at Retribution?”

Hudson tilts his head slightly.

Hudson: “You talk about building the next generation of wrestling with your European Fiery Nation, but I’m focused on the next SUCCESSFUL iteration. You can play United Nations all you want. You represent nothing about professional wrestling with the garbage you stand for. But that’s fine…because I can counter it and I can limit your damage.”

At this point, the two men from Retribution who helped Hudson, attacking Raab, step forward, flanking Hudson on either side. He turns to his left, where a larger Black wrestler looks forward.

Hudson: “You’re still catching your breath after this man landed on you full force, giving you a taste of his explosive offense. Meet Isaac Stone. And here…”

Hudson turns to his right. A resemblance is clear to Josh Hudson.

Hudson: “…is my direct legacy in this sport. My son, Alex. And in one night, they made the impact so many can only dream of.”

Hudson smirks.

Hudson: “Oh…but I took advantage of their help. I took the easy way out…I’ve been fighting at 100% for over two decades. I’m owed the opportunity to do things as I wish. And Konrad…if you don’t like it…come find me….come find us!”

The scene abruptly cuts out.

Chase Upshaw vs. Chris Lawler

“United States, Canada, Mexico, Panama,
Haiti, Jamaica, Peru,
Republic Dominican, Cuba, Caribbean,
Greenland, El Salvador, too.”

Nations of the World by Rob Paulson plays. Chase Upshaw makes his way onto the stage shouting and cursing as loud as he can. The camera and microphones catch some of the curse words, causing the networks to bleep him out.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a ten minute time limit. First, from Durham, North Carolina, he is Chase Upshaw!”

“Puerto Rico, Colombia, Venezuela,
Honduras, Guyana, and still,
Guatemala, Bolivia, then Argentina,
And Ecuador, Chile, Brazil.”

Chase starts to march his way down to the ring, flipping off a few fans along the way and mocking their complete and total lack of Geography knowledge.

“Costa Rica, Belize, Nicaragua, Bermuda,
Bahamas, Tobago, San Juan,
Paraguay, Uruguay, Suriname,
And French Guiana, Barbados, and Guam.”

Chase Upshaw slides into the ring and prepares for the match to begin.

Sharper: “Chase Upshaw about to be in action. Chris Lawler to face him and Lawler coming off a victory at Retribution. Defeating Gigi Steward. Steward will look to rebound later against Syren.”

Knots: “The question is whether Lawler is going to be as desperate. He just wants to build some wins. Somehow. Someway.”

The dimmed lights cast an atmosphere of anticipation as the arena falls into darkness, the only illumination coming from the pulsating strobe lights. The crowd's murmurs fade into a hush as the opening chords of "Warrior" by Imagine Dragons reverberate through the speakers, electrifying the air with anticipation.

From the depths of the darkness, a figure emerges, his silhouette outlined against the backdrop of flashing lights. With each step, the floor trembles beneath his feet, echoing the determination that propels him forward. It's Chris Lawler, a titan among men, his presence commanding attention as he strides purposefully down the entrance ramp.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Nashville, Tennessee, he is Chris Lawler!”

His eyes, a piercing shade of blue, remain fixed on the ring ahead, unwavering in their focus as if they could pierce through the very fabric of reality. Ignoring the cacophony of cheers and jeers that surround him, Lawler remains resolute in his mission, his gaze locked on the squared circle where his destiny awaits.

As Lawler reaches the foot of the ring, the strobe lights reach a crescendo, bathing him in a pulsating glow of light and shadow. With a subtle nod to the crowd, Lawler ascends the steel steps, each footfall a testament to his unwavering determination.

Finally, he steps between the ropes, his presence filling the ring with an aura of intensity and purpose. Standing tall in the center of the ring, Lawler raises his gaze to the heavens, a silent vow etched upon his features. He looks at Upshaw as Upshaw now has a microphone in his hand.

Sharper: “Lawler focused as usual. Trying to just get into that zone. To build something. To get where he wants.”

Knots: “He wants gold. He’s going to have to keep winning. Keep showing he can go. But first, he needs to pass a geography lesson!”

Sharper: “Stop!”

Upshaw: “Well here we are in Utah and Chris-“

Before Upshaw can even say anything, Chris just blasts him with a haymaker, knocking him down and the microphone bounces off the mat. Upshaw rolls over and Chris follows up with another hard right. Upshaw hits the mat and rolls over and Chris then nails him again. Upshaw falls back into the corner. Lawler then steps in and hits a hard right and then another and another and another.

Lawler backs up and walks around the ring. Upshaw shakes his head, starting to step out, but Lawler then runs at him and hits the Blitz Kick. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Good lord. What a boot. The Blitz Kick to the head.”

Knots: “Now we need to pull out a map to see where Chase’s head landed!”

Upshaw rolls to his back and rolls over. He holds his jaw, stumbling up and falling to a knee before getting up and walking into Lawler who drops him with another haymaker. He goes for the lateral press.

Upshaw kicks out. Upshaw rolls over to the corner and gets to the ropes. Lawler heads over and grabs him and pulls him through the ropes, pulling him back against the top rope. He then pulls on his chin. Upshaw yells in pain.

Lawler lets go again and then walks around the ring. He heads over to Upshaw and grabs him, but Upshaw mule kicks him. Lawler staggers back, holding himself up.

Sharper: “And Upshaw needing to go low just to give him some space here.”

Knots: “He knows where his coconuts are located.”

Upshaw then turns and runs over to Lawler as he turns around and hits a Russian high knee. Lawler hits the mat. Upshaw then hits the Eritrean elbow drop. He gets up as Lawler turns and slowly gets up only for Upshaw to hit the Scottish school boy.

Lawler kicks out. Both get up and Upshaw kicks him in the ribs and goes for the Mediterranean neckbreaker. Lawler however elbows him in the back and then counters with a neckbreaker of his own. Lawler rolls to the apron. He then moves to the corner and climbs up to the top rope. He looks at Upshaw and then dives off and hits the Air Assault. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “And Lawler off the top! His body driving that elbow into Upshaw.”

Knots: “Upshaw may be wishing he lost his way here. The one day he may wish he didn’t know where Salt Lake City was.”

Lawler gets up and walks over to the corner. He then crouches down waiting. Upshaw rolls over, holding his chest. He slowly starts to stir and slowly lifts his head. He looks up and Lawler runs at him and drills him with the Final Judgment. The crowd ohs. Lawler turns and hooks the leg.

3!

The bell sounds. Lawler rolls off and gets up. He then nods and looks down at Chase Upshaw before then stepping over him. He walks forward as the official raises his arm.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Chris Lawler!”

Sharper: “And Lawler decimating Chase Upshaw here in Salt Lake City.”

Knots: “Even walked over him. Guess there is some confidence developing or something!”

Lawler looks around and then looks back at Upshaw before then stepping through the ropes. He drops down to the floor. He then walks around the ring as the official checks on Upshaw and the scene cuts away.

We then open up backstage in the back entrance of the building. An older pick-up truck drives up to the building. It comes to a stop. The crowd roars as the camera pans around as the door opens and Legion hops out of it. Waylon Creek then reaches behind him and grabs his military dufflebag and drops down to the ground. He slams the door shot. He then starts to walk around the truck as Jaina Lancaster heads over to him.

Jaina: “Waylon? Can I get a word? You’re surprisingly late to Breakdown and-“

Waylon just ignores Jaina, walking past her, Legion by his side. The camera follows him as he walks into the building.

Knots: “Waylon Creek now here.”

Sharper: “I assumed he was already present. He’s always among the first here. And tonight, he’s late. What is going on?”

Knots: “Guess Retribution really affected him, huh!”

Sharper: “We’ll perhaps find out!”

The scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

A static camera watches from across a wide, empty room. The walls of the room are aged and cracked. The concrete floor is littered with dust and ash. The walls are covered in dirt and grime. The scene flickers as if it were an old movie from the 1990s. The camera focuses on the center of the room. On the floor, we see the silhouette of a figure. As the camera gets closer, it flickers, and we see the masked face of the Enigma half-illuminate by a candle on the ground next to him. The Enigma is sitting cross-legged on the floor, not looking at the camera, not moving at all. However, he speaks slowly.

The Enigma: “Have you ever tried to hold a flame in the palm of your hand. It dances. It bites. It promises to love you while it burns everything else down.”

The Enigma leans forward, he takes his finger and starts to draw something unseen in the ash before him. His fingers are coated black. He hums, softly, just one single note, tuneless.

“He’s been here before you know. Long before you noticed the walls peeling.  Long before your heroes knew how to breathe.”

There’s a long pause. The Enigma’s head tilts slowly. The candle flame beside him tilts towards him.

“They called me fire, chaos. A sickness made flesh.”

He chuckles softly.

“But I was just the smoke. The warning. I wasn’t what crawled out of the darkness. I was sent ahead to prepare you for what was coming.”

He gently sits something down into the iron bowl beside him. The sound is soft, metallic, almost like a match striking a stone.

“He’s close now.  The floor has been breathing when no one is watching. The shadows are getting bolder. Closer.”

His voice lowers, as he looks down at the flame of the candle next to him.  As if he’s talking directly to the flame.

“I used to scream. I used to scratch at the inside of my skin just to feel like I was still mine. But now? I understand. This was never my fire. I was the wood. I was the offering.”

The Enigma turns toward the camera, but only enough to let the light catch the side of his mask.

“He is coming.”

The Enigma smiles beneath the mask.  You can’t see it, but you can hear it.

“And I’ll be gone when he gets here.”

The candle sputters. For a second, it dies out. The spiral that The Enigma drew earlier glows red in the ash. A second voice appears, not loud, not monstrous.

“You’ve done well.”

The camera then flickers out and fades to black.

We see a list of scrambled letters flowing down the screen as we then see the lights stop to highlight “Tommy Valentine” before highlighting “Kandis” and then highlighting “The Connection.” “Trenches” by Pop Evil starts to play as the crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Well, we had a few surprises at Retribution! And this was one!”

Knots: “The Tag Division got a hell of a new tone to it now!”

Kandis and Tommy Valentine walk out from the back. The crowd cheers as they look around. Kandis just smirks as Tommy nods, enjoying it. They then turn and talk to one another before starting to head to the ring. The crowd continues to cheer as they make their way down to the ring. Kandis heads over to the steel steps and walks up them, Tommy admiring the view before she steps into the ring. Tommy then runs up and walks along the apron and enters the ring. Kandis and Tommy then both go to opposite corners and look out at the crowd before Tommy hops down, demanding microphones from Jason Phillips. Phillips obliges and he hands Kandis one before grabbing one himself. Tommy Valentine and Kandis walk around the ring, both holding microphone in their hands. The crowd looks on as a “Connection!” chant begins. Tommy smirks as Kandis does too.

Tommy: “Good to know no one forgot about us.”

Kandis: “They certainly didn’t think we’d be walking through that curtain at Retribution though.”

Tommy: “All in good fun. Hope no one was too hurt by us tossing their name in there…”

Kandis: “Except Selena. Screw Selena. She can go to hell.”

The crowd roars.

Knots: “Some things don’t get overlooked easily!”

Tommy: “No disagreement there. Can’t wait until she falls on her face.”

Kandis: “While she shows who she really is. But that’s not why we’re out here.”

Tommy: “Oh no, we’re out here because well…I’m ready to go. She’s ready to go. And it looks like there are a few things going on in OUR division.”

The crowd roars. Kandis smirks. She walks over and leans on the top rope, intentionally showing off her ass for good effect.

Kandis: “Did you think we’d forget. We’ve held those titles more than anyone else. The World Tag Team Division. And it’s about time they returned around our waists.”

Tommy: “I’ve needed some new hardware. Getting cold down there.”

Kandis: “We can take care of that later. But well, we took care of other things at Retribution.”

Tommy: “A number of new faces around here…a number of new teams and a few old faces with fresh coats of paint.”

Kandis: “And we already gave what are they? The Cowgirls from Hell a taste?”

Tommy: “And…the Shinigami Foundation. I hear they just won’t shut up.”

Kandis: “We can help with that.”

Tommy: “And who else is there? The European Fiery Nation? Sounds like something that happens after you hit that local taco stand around the block from this arena.”

The crowd roars. Kandis smirks.

Kandis: “The Stewards are still around.”

Tommy: “Still?!”

Kandis: “We can fix that too. Then there’s the former champs…Light in the Darkness.”

Tommy: “We could have fun with them.”

Kandis: “And then the two team fighting next week….Dangerous Minds and Fall of Man.”

Tommy smirks.

Tommy: “Well, someone new is trying to take over? Huh?”

Tommy smirks.

Tommy: “They did get a bit of problem from someone else.”

Kandis: “What is it with Valentine’s that we cause problems?”

Tommy: “And we’re not even all related!”

Tommy and Kandis walk around the ring.

Tommy: “Well, we never did like inevitability.”

Kandis: “Or the gimmicks or the fools and-“

The dark and hard chords of Motionless in White's cover of “Du Hast” starts to play throughout the arena. The crowd roars as we see David Striker walk out from the back. Following him is Chris Dumont. They glance behind them as Kyle Gibson and Irvine walk out too. They talk amongst themselves and they nod before heading to the ring. Kandis turns to Tommy and says something to him as Tommy responds.

Sharper: “Well, looks like the Connection is going to get an introduction to one team they haven’t faced before in the Dangerous Minds.”

Knots: “Yeah, a team hoping they can do the impossible next week. They got Fall of Man and I don’t think they realize what that means.”

Sharper: “I think they definitely do. They don’t back down from any fight. That’s for certain.”

Striker and Dumont walk down to the ring and then walk up the steel steps. Striker enters the ring and looks at Tommy, sizing him up. He does the same to Kandis as Dumont enters. Striker then walks across to the corner, asking Jason Phillips for a microphone. Gibson and Irvine remain at ringside, turning to the entrance way, clearly serving as some security if necessary. Striker is handed a microphone and he turns back and walks over to Dumont.

Kandis: “Time to see if you two are going to make a mistake or not.”

Striker: “No mistakes planned. More just making sure that we’re not seeing two people who may have accomplished a few things around here try to jump to the front of the queue when right now, we have a few of us with some things to settle around those titles. And trust me, Kandis, Tommy…dropping the Cowgirls, dropping Shinigami. I know both will want a fight with you.”

Kandis: “And they can come and fail. We’re happy to start a line of our own!”

Tommy: “As it’s always been.”

The crowd roars.

Striker: “Well, then allow me to introduce yourself to the Troupe. That out there is Kyle Gibson. Next to him is Irvine. They’re right now making sure we can have this conversation without interruption. Next to me is Chris Dumont who bludgeoned and dummied someone who should not be in this ring, let alone in this business, but his father trots him out and apparently shows that he is not father of the year. And I am David Striker and with Chris, he and I will be World Tag Team Champions as of the end of next week’s Breakdown.”

The crowd roars.

Striker: “Now, all of that’s already in motion. The question for you though if whether we’re going to have a problem after that. Because while I understand you’ve held told titles a few times. And we wouldn’t mind the challenge. Someone else is owed that shot first and they’re a team that when we talk about best in SCW, they’re right there in Light in the Darkness.”

The crowd cheers.

Striker: “So, are we going to have a problem?”

Kandis: “Oh, we’ll have a problem.”

Tommy: “You asked!”

Kandis: “But not because of that.”

Kandis looks at David and Chris. Tommy smirks and stands behind her.

Tommy: “We’ve been around a bit. And as we said, we’re happy to have a line, and stand in line, but only for a bit. We’ll let the chips fall and things to settle. But we’ll have that problem sooner rather than later when whoever is the World Tag Team Champions has to come up against us.”

Kandis: “I have some things I’d like to do with the titles and well…if you’re in my way then, then, yes, again, we’ll have a problem.”

Striker and Dumont look at Kandis and Tommy as the crowd roars before suddenly, we see William Heaven on the big screen. The crowd boos seeing him. The boos break the staredown between the two teams before they turn to the screen.

Heaven: “You two really need to start considering what threats are realistic. Beating down my son, Chris, is not going to be the same of dealing with two professionals.”

Dumont takes the microphone from Striker.

Dumont: “Just like watching your kid get his life shortened before your eyes! You cowardly piece of crap. There’s a reason I want you in this ring.”

Heaven: “Billy Jr. is living the dream he wanted. And I have no intention of entering that ring. Just like you should realize you’ll be further disappointed when you fall to the Fall of Man next week. The Light in the Darkness are a more polished team. You’re more rough around the edges, but that’s even more down the runway that we are happy to travel down. The Fall of Man is not going to let you delay what we are planning. Retribution may not have been the night it should have been, but it won’t be the habit. The SCW World Tag Team Championship are where they will stand. Whether it is against you David and Chris, against Amelia or Luz whenever they cash in their rematch…or if it against Tommy and Kandis who will realize their record-setting reigns will be capped where they currently are.”

Heaven looks at the camera.

Heaven: “Be prepared for a mugging. Bring Irvine and Gibson if you need them. Bring the whole Troupe. They will fall just as Amelia and Luz did. And trust me when I say that next week will be a reminder that what happened between Waylon and Xander was an anomaly. Waylon will dominate this sport. Mark my words. And EVERYONE will rue that day. And just to make you two feel special…we’ll make sure that your bodies feature prominently on the promotional material as we take SCW and make it OUR playground!”

The crowd boos.

Heaven: “See you next week!”

Heaven turns and walks off. The scene stops playing on the big screen. David then grabs the microphone and steps forward.

Striker: “Do you worst Heaven. We’ll be coming for their heads!”

He then turns to Kandis and Tommy.

Striker: “Watch and learn what’s changed around here!”

Striker turns and backs up and motions to Dumont. Dumont turns and exits the ring with Striker. They start to head to the back as “Du Hast” plays. Kandis and Tommy turn to one another, talking.

Sharper: “Striker and Dumont are ready to go. They’re fired up. Heaven with a clear goal.”

Knots: “But think of what he said….Retribution was an anomaly. Is Creek going to be in the match next week?!”

Sharper: “That’s how it sounded. And Tommy and Kandis watching this. They’re already stating they’re on their way to the title shot. And I think the entire division is going to have something to say there as they search for history!”

The crowd looks on as the Troupe heads to the back.

Backstage, Selena Frost grabs a bottle of water and some ice before turning and stopping. The crowd roars as Xander Valentine stands across from her, looking down at her.

Selena: “What do you want?”

Xander: “You know why I’m here. Why are you still holding onto that title? Or is the years of you claiming only you know how to be champion all the fluff we knew it to be? I figured you’d be chomping at the bit to put me down again.”

Selena: “Oh I am….but Xander…there’s one thing I want more than just being the World Champion again. And CHBK gave me my own opportunity to call my shot.”

Xander: “It’s becoming a farce.”

Selena: “Blame that on SCW for putting themselves in a position where I could dictate what I wanted.”

Xander: “That was over a year ago.”

Selena: “What’s wrong with some patience, Xander? You waited how long to not only hold that title but have that final run? So when are you calling it? Huh?”

Selena looks at Xander.

Selena: “Sometimes there’s more going on. Good luck Xander. At some point, it’s going to come crashing down. Just, at this point, not yet at my hands. Good luck with Konrad.”

Selena walks past Xander as Xander turns and glances at her.

Knots: “So Selena’s not cashing in?”

Sharper: “Guess not. I don’t know about that. Is it a mind game? I don’t know. But Xander Valentine wants to know who is next?!”

Knots: “After Konrad? What if Konrad wins tonight?!”

The scene fades out.

COMMERCIALS

Backstage, Tommy Valentine and Kandis walk backstage.

Tommy: “I’m impressed with you?”

Kandis: “Why’s that?”

Tommy: “I figured you wanted to kick their ass right there.”

Kandis: “I’d like to prevent us from being suspended that fast. Plus, we have plans.”

Tommy: “Well, I want to see this amazing tag division. Where the hell’s a monitor-“

Kandis stops as Tommy does too. We then see Kirsten Scott stepping forward and looking at Kandis and Tommy.

Kirsten: “Nice to see you.”

Kandis: “Kristen…look-“

Kristen: “Nah…it’s fine. Nice of you to finally think of someone other than yourself. Then again, I guess he is sleeping with you. Just stay out of my way.”

Kirsten pushes between Kandis and Tommy and walks off. Kandis just scoffs a bit and glances back at Kirsten as Tommy looks at her.

Tommy: “Should I be concerned?”

Kandis: “Not if she knows what’s good for her.”

Tommy nods.

Kandis: “Let’s find that monitor.”

They head off.

The Light in the Darkness vs. The Shinigami Foundation

All of a sudden, the lights go out, prompting a surprised pop from the fans. “In the Name of Love” by Arion feat. Cyan Kicks begins to play, the LED screens flickering to life to show a large wisteria tree in front of a starry night sky with a beautiful moon, the stars seeming like they’re slowly shifting and dancing around as petals from the tree fall and gracefully glide through the sky. One spotlight comes to life on the left side of the stage from the camera’s perspective, revealing Amelia Nevado standing underneath it, eyes focused on the ring and a small smile on her lips as her hands are folded in front of her, giving her the look of a proper young lady. A second spotlight comes to life on the right side of the stage, revealing La Pequeńa Luz standing underneath it with the kind of grin that could light up a room all on its own as she motions with her hands for the fans to get pumped up, which they immediately proceed to do. The two slowly turn their attention to one another and begin closing the distance, their spotlights following them as they stop within arm’s reach of one another, where Amelia extends her hand and Luz takes it before they pull their bodies close, the spotlights merging into one piercing through the darkness.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a twenty minute time limit. First, on their way to the ring, from Oxford, England, and Tulancingo, Hidalgo, Mexico respectively, they are the team of Amelia Nevado and La Pequena Luz, they are the Light in the Darkness!”

When the song goes into the chorus, the two ladies begin to literally waltz their way down to the ring, fast and fluid to keep pace with the song as the spotlight follows their every move, leaving fans mesmerized by their synergy. As the chorus reaches its end and the two find themselves at the bottom of the ramp, they push away from one another as far as their arms will allow without letting go before quickly pointing to the LED screens with their free hands, where the night scene is immediately engulfed in white before transitioning to a video package of the two ladies in action, both together and individually. Slowly, the two release one another, the single spotlight splitting in two again as Amelia makes her way up the steps to walk across the apron on one side, wiping her feet before stepping through the ropes. Luz, meanwhile, hops up onto the apron right in front of her and grabs the top rope before vaulting herself into a somersault into the ring, landing on her feet. She moves to the center of the ring and drops to her knees, cupping her hands together in front of her while Amelia stands right behind her, hands folded before her once again. As Luz lifts her cupped hands upward, the arena lights slowly begin to come back on as Amelia takes her hands and pulls her to her feet, spinning her around one final time into a tight embrace and a soft kiss before the two move to their corner to prepare for battle, with both girls shedding their robes and Amelia also removing her mask.

Sharper: “Light in the Darkness hoping to rebound tonight. Losing the World Tag Team Championship at Retribution. Fall of Man already making some comments there.”

Knots: “You wonder how they’re thinking after what Striker and Dumont said. Either way, they have to stay focused. Lord knows the Shinigami Foundation wants to leapfrog over them too.”

Suddenly the lights in the arena fade entirely to black as a bit of cheesy music is played as an old-school “Featured Presentation” video plays. At which point the screen blanks again as some weird sci-fi noises begin to play followed by a woman’s voice who speaks out from the darkness

<Woman>

Use my body to keep you alive

Suddenly a hard bass line explodes into existence as the lights in the arena come back up as Rob Zombie's "Never gonna Stop" (The Red, Red Kroovy) begins to play throughout the arena which brings the crowds up to their feet as Dante Slayton slowly walks out onto the entrance stage followed close behind by Wil Pierce and Alex Belmont who both look just as hungry and ready for war.

Phillips: “Their opponents, accompanied by Wil Pierce, from Houston and Boston, respectively…”

As the song continues to play, the three men start to make their way down to the ring with Wil keeping an eye on their backs as Alex and Dante head to the ring and when they get there, each man takes a direction and then goes around the ring before meeting up again  at the stairs at which point both men step onto the ring apron before wiping their feet off and entering the ring proper.

Phillips: “They are the team of the "The Harbinger of Fury" in Dante Slayton and Alex Belmont, they are the SHINIGAMI FOUNDATION!!”

Both men shrug out of their ring coats before they wait for the start of the match as their music fades.

Sharper: “Tonight, Alex Belmont and Dante Slayton in action. Wil Pierce out. Alex Belmont in.”

Knots: “After Pierce and Slayton took on the Straders. Bold move. Guess showing that anyone in the Shinigami Foundation can be dangerous.”

Sharper: “Maybe also looking to see if Alex Belmont can apply some of his past experience facing Light in the Darkness to help Slayton tonight.”

The bell sounds. Dante Slayton steps up and motions to Luz or Amelia to come at him. Amelia steps up and looks at Dante. The two talk a bit before they lock up in the middle of the ring. Dante shoves Amelia back. Amelia rolls back. Dante then steps up and grabs her and wrenches the arm. Amelia winces and then reaches up and ducks under and spins around and into an arm wrench of her own. Dante rolls forward and nips up and then kicks Amelia in the ribs. He hits a hip throw. He goes for the pin.

Amelia kicks out. Both get up and Dante goes for a sweep kick to the legs. Amelia hops over. Dante gets back up and Amelia forearms him in the jaw and hits a European uppercut. Dante falls back into the ropes. Amelia goes to whip him across, but Dante spins through and sends her in. Amelia bounces off and Dante goes for a clothesline, but Amelia grabs the arm, jumps up and into a crucifix before moving into a sunset flip.

Dante kicks out. Both get up and Amelia hits another European uppercut. Dante falls back into the ropes. He nods, holding his jaw and then turns and tags in Belmont. Belmont enters as the crowd buzzes.

Sharper: “And Dante cuffed by that European uppercut. Almost showing some respect to Amelai. Now in comes Belmont.”

Knots: “There’s that feeling out process. At least for now.”

Belmont enters and runs at Amelia. Amelia blocks a forearm shot and hen hits a European uppercut on him. She hits another and then pushes him into the neutral corner. She then hits a series of forearms shots before then pulling Belmont out and tagging in Luz. Luz enters and Amelia takes Belmont over with a Russian leg sweep. Luz jumps to the ropes and hits a leg press moonsault. She hooks the leg.

Belmont then pulls her off and Luz lands back first into the middle of the ring. She rolls over and gets up and Belmont grabs her and hits the Skyward Slam. The crowd ohs. Luz rolls over and moves to the corner. Belmont watches her and then runs at her and hits the Gilgamesh Full House. The crowd ohs as Luz falls out of the corner. Belmont tags in Slayton.

Sharper: “And Belmont with the high impact. The spike exploder. Then the boot!”

Knots: “And here comes Slayton! He’s going to get a bit of air time!”

Slayton climbs to the top and then hits a Meteor Rain. The crowd ohs. He turns and hooks the leg.

1!

2!

Nevado breaks it up. She rolls out of the ring. Slayton looks over before turning and grabbing Luz. He then forearms her in the jaw before hitting a straight kick to the ribs before then hoisting her up onto his shoulders and hitting the Ushigoroshi. The crowd ohs. He goes for the pin again.

1!

2!

Nevado breaks it up again.

Sharper: “And Nevado having to be very active. Quickly the Shinigami Foundation have put Luz in a bad way.”

Knots: “Not like she suddenly got a better schedule. She’s had one week off practically all year!”

Sharper: “And Nevado knows that. They know each other better than anyone. Not only tag partners, but life partners.”

Nevado rolls out of the ring. Slayton turns and tags in Belmont. Belmont enters the ring and goes over to Luz. They pull her up and both club her in the back. They whip her into the ropes. She bounces off and both launch her up before both hit discus forearms. The crowd ohs. Belmont goes for the pin. Nevado enters.

Belmont however gets up and Nevado goes for a kick. Belmont blocks it and pushes her into Slayton. Slayton kicks her in the ribs and whips her into the corner. Slayton grabs Belmont and goes to whip him into the corner, but Belmont spins through and sends Slayton in with a stinger splash. Belmont then grabs Nevado and throws her out of the ring, but Slayton turns to Luz who jumps up and hits a snap frankensteiner. Slayton rolls out of the ring. Luz gets up and Belmont runs over and kicks her in the ribs before backing up and kicking her in the chest. He then goes for a capoeira style heel kick, but Luz jukes it and then he pops up and Luz hits a dropkick. He falls into the ropes. Luz then gets up and runs at the ropes and hits a tiger feint kick. Belmont falls back. Luz then grabs the top rope. She then springboards to the top rope and hits a Caer del Ciero!

Sharper: “450! Fall from Heaven!”

Knots: “Oh she got all of it!”

Luz hooks the leg.

1!

2!

Slayton breaks it up, entering the ring, and diving onto her. Luz rolls over and turns and starts to get up and Slayton ignores the official and takes her over with a snapmare before running into the ropes and hitting the Flashing Elbow. Luz rolls over in pain as Belmont starts to stir. Slayton then turns and grabs Luz and drags her up and whips her into the ropes. Belmont steps up, but Amelia rolls into the ring and nails Slayton from the side, knocking him into Belmont. Belmont falls back into the corner. Amelia runs over and drops down in front of her as Luz runs over and jumps off Amelia’s back and hits a leg lariat. Luz falls down as Belmont drops down. Amelia gets up as Slayton spins Luz around and then hooks her up and hits the Re-Animator. The crowd ohs. Luz rolls to her side. Amelia then grabs Slayton as he gets up and forearms him in the jaw once and then again and again before backing up and hitting him with a clothesline sending both of them up and over the top rope to the floor.

Sharper: “Amelia and Dante up and over to the floor! This leaves the legal combatants back to compete!”

Knots: “If they can get up!”

Sharper: “Belmont and Luz both targeted hard and Belmont up first!”

Luz stirs and gets up and Belmont hoists her up onto his shoulders and then rolls through with a rolling Death Valley Driver. He turns and exits to the apron. He climbs up to the top rope. He looks at Luz and then dives off with the Firestorm Frog Splash! The crowd ohs. Belmont hooks the leg.

Luz shoots her shoulder up. Belmont looks up. He then grabs Luz and drags her up. He then hoists her up onto his shoulders and starts to set up for the Rebellion. Luz however elbows out of it and slides down. She backs up to the ropes. Belmont runs at her and Luz gets her boots up and backflips to the apron. Belmont stumbles back. Amelia climbs onto the apron as Luz then springboards to the top rope and hits a missile dropkick. She goes for the pin.

Belmont gets his shoulder up. Luz rolls over and dives and tags in Amelia. Amelia goes to enter, but Dante is there and grabs her boot. She tries to get free, finally kicking him in the face twice. She enters the ring and heads for Belmont who suddenly hits an enziguri to the head.

Sharper: “The delay! Dante was able to delay Amelia and she walked into that enziguri!”

Knots: “They may get it. Shinigami may be about to beat the former champs!”

Belmont then grabs Amelia by the leg and starts to turn her over for the Harvester of Sorrow. The crowd roars as Amelia grits her teeth. She reaches out as Belmont sits down, pulling her leg. She yells in pain as Amelia reaches out again. Luz then gets up and runs over and clothesline Belmont from behind. Belmont falls forward. Luz staggers forward. She then turns and Dante runs across the ring and nails her with a running clothesline, knocking her up and over the top rope to the floor. The crowd ohs. Amelia then fights up and lifts Dante up and over the top rope to the floor. Amelia leans on the ropes. Belmont then sees her and gets up and runs forward and pushes her into the ropes and goes for an Okana roll, but Amelia pushes off and gets some extra momentum, allowing her to roll through!

The bell sounds. The crowd roars. Amelia falls back as Belmont rolls over. Dante winces from the floor as Luz slowly gets up.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Light in the Darkness!”

Sharper: “Amelia pushing herself off the top rope for the added momentum. A brilliant move and it gives Light in the Darkness a rebound win.”

Knots: “Not the same as winning the titles, but they’re not going to let the loss affect them!”

Amelia looks up as she has her arm raised. She looks around for Luz as Dante rolls into the ring. Amelia rolls out of the ring and then heads around and goes to check on Luz. Luz winces as she gets up and Amelia raises her arm. The crowd cheers. They look around as they then embrace.

Sharper: “The question now is if they’re going to look to cash-in their rematch. And if so, who will they face? The Dangerous Minds or Fall of Man.”

Knots: “Do I need to honestly tell you, Sharper?!”

Sharper: “It’s not inevitable, Jon!”

Amelia and Luz start to walk around the ring as the scene cuts away.

We open backstage to see William Heaven talking to James Evans in the Fall of Man locker room.

Heaven: “Is he calm now?”

Evans: “You think he’s going to be calm. You’ve been telling the world he’s the heir apparent to the world. I told you this may be too early-“

Heaven: “I don’t regret that decision at all. Is he ready for a conversation?”

Evans: “Go for it. I know Aries tried to get him to loosen up. You can imagine how that went.”

Heaven: “Well he better remember that this is a unit and we’re all fighting for the same goal.”

Heaven looks at Evans. Evans and Heaven have a briefly tense look before Evans motions to the back of the room. Heaven then turns and walks past Giovanni Aries who just smirks and holds up his cigarette. We notably see that the World Tag Team Championship is not with him and instead tossed against the wall, one of the belts no longer with the metal face plates attached, essentially being a leather belt. Heaven then walks over to Creek who sits in thought. In his hand is a tablet. We hear some of the commentary from Retribution playing.

Heaven: “Mind pausing that.”

Creek doesn’t respond, only watching.

Heaven: “Waylon….”

Creek takes a moment and then stops and looks up, almost glaring at Heaven.

Heaven: “We need to talk. I’ve given you plenty of time to process things.”

Creek: “I’m fine.”

Heaven: “Are you?”

Creek doesn’t say anything.

Heaven: “We need to make sure the weapon doesn’t dull as it meets resistance. You should be World Champion and we will make sure that day happens-“

Creek: “It will.”

Heaven smiles a bit.

Heaven: “Good. Because we’re now going to have to do it with more resistance to our goals.”

Creek: “I’ll cut through it. And perhaps this time, I can make the decisions how.”

Heaven looks at Creek. He nods.

Heaven: “Fine…we can. But I need to make sure you’re focused. Be ready. Next week, you’re in action. And you’ll get a taste of being a champion again to remind you what we’re trying to do.”

Heaven turns and grabs one of the World Tag Team Championship belts, namely the one with the nameplates still attached.

Aries: “I don’t know about this. Putting in delusions of grandeur-“

Heaven: “Giovanni…focus that on them, not us!”

Heaven turns and hands the title to Creek. Creek looks at it.

Heaven: “You and him…take out the Dangerous Minds next week.”

Heaven gets up and walks past Giovanni Aries. Evans looks at Heaven. Heaven then motions to James.

Heaven: “Now we can talk.”

Creek looks at the World Tag Team Championship before placing it next to him. The scene then cuts away.

Backstage, Breakdown returns with Hollywood standing with Destiny Page. Page is trying to talk while Chris and Ryan Hollywood talk amongst themselves in the background.

Destiny: “I’m Destiny Page backstage here at Breakdown with the team of Hollywood…and Chris, Ryan-“

Chris and Ryan keep talking to each other, almost arguing.

Destiny: “Guys!”

They stop and turn.

Chris: “Sorry, Dest, we’re just trying to figure out…uh…what did we do? Like, why is Glory angry? And CHBK? I mean, we’re only facing one.”

Ryan: “Maybe Glory screwed up. I mean to put in someone like that…older woman, younger men…”

Chris: “It’s not a movie. They’re trying to force her out probably. Recast. You know-“

Destiny: “You interfered….at Retribution.”

Chris and Ryan look completely confused.

Destiny: “There was a match going on before the show. A Disconnect Match. Dexter Grant wanted no outside cameras. Everyone to sign NDAs. Wanted Glory to compete for the sake of competing. No crowd, no fanfare. You showed up to watch and then ran off.”

Chris: “Oh…we thought that was just some new person. Dexter? We can help his name-“

Ryan: “Unless he’s trying to be a serial killer. Does he wear gloves or-“

Destiny: “You cost Glory the Adrenaline Championship. When you ran. Dexter pulled a technicality.”

Ryan: “Best kind of win, to be honest.”

Chris: “Lots of those in our victories-“

Destiny: “Guys! Glory is pissed off.”

Chris: “I would be too if you had those wrinkles. It’s fine. Ryan and I will take care of it. Her career will go in new places when she’s with the hot new talent!”

Chris and Ryan high-five. They then head off. Destiny sighs, shaking her head. She turns as Dexter Grant walks into view with Wendell. He watches Hollywood leave.

Dexter: “I can tell that I was right. They were nothing but trouble. I wonder if Glory will take me up on the offer I made her.”

Destiny: “What?”

Dexter: “She passed the test. Good to see someone here is able to put aside the rat race to be present. Unlike them.”

Destiny: “Wait, are you okay with winning the title that-“

Dexter: “I made a challenge. Glory responded. I won as per the rules of the match. Where is the controversy? Oh…the fans are unhappy. I don’t care. They can appreciate what we do and had everything gone as planned, I may have offered a view of what Wendell was filming, before Glory destroyed it. That was supposed to be the only copy. One I would share with those who earned it. SCW failed. Hollywood failed. Glory passed…Now she understands some of my anger. And if anyone has a problem – then they can try to pass their own test.”

Dexter then turns and walks off, followed by Wendell. The crowd buzzes as we cut away.

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot. A few seconds pass, which is when an open field is shown up on the SCW tron. A flock of birds rise up from the tall grass and fly away as the sound of a piano can be heard playing, leading into the opening of "Bird Set Free" by Sia. The moment the opening words are heard, Polly steps out from the back and stands at the forefront on the stage. Marissa Swanson walks out with her. Polly looks up at the tron to see one straggling bird rise up from the grass all by its lonesome. Polly admires the one small bird that begins to fly away now too until Sia reaches the chorus, which is when she turns around as a pair of pyros goes off on each side of the entranceway. The nearest camera catches her piercing bright green eyes as she stops. The music cutting out before “How Far I’ll Go” by Auli’i Cravalho begins to play. The crowd cheers some more as we then see Colleen MacDonald walk out from the back, the SCW Underground Championship over her shoulder.

Sharper: “Utah’s own joining us here. Polly Pingotti, joined by Marissa Swanson, and with them the SCW Underground Champion, yes, still, Colleen MacDonald.”

Knots: “Yeah, after Kim Williams and Colleen tried to kill each other at Retribution.”

Sharper: “Both Polly and Colleen may have a bit of frustration. Polly losing to Meghan Strader by countout, while Colleen and Kim both pinned one another.”

Knots: “Maybe that’s why Polly looks a bit rough. A bit white. Did she have a bad meal or something? Maybe someone isn’t happy she’s from Utah!”

Colleen, Marissa and Polly head to the ring. They reach the ring and Colleen pulls herself onto the apron and into the ring. Polly walks up the steel steps and into the ring. Marissa follows Polly as Polly stops for a moment and looks around. The crowd cheers Polly and Colleen. Colleen holds the Underground Championship over her head. Polly then turns and heads over to the corner and asks for a microphone. Colleen turns back and heads over to Polly too as Polly hands her one microphone. Polly demands another and is handed it. She turns back as Colleen looks around. The music fades out.

Colleen: “Well…our home state….how about that?”

The crowd roars. Colleen looks around.

Colleen: “And back here holding this title…Polly…a former TV Champion….”

Polly looks down a bit.

Colleen: “I know…you’re not happy about Retribution. And neither am I.”

Colleen pauses for a moment.

Colleen: “The Queen of Crazy tried to make me fight her fight. And I’m still trying to figure out what I should review for the test. Because I didn’t need a weapon to bust up your nose Kim. I didn’t need one to bloody you. I didn’t need one to make you feel something more than the goofy ideas in your head!”

Colleen looks out.

Colleen: “In fact all I needed with my two fists and the ring bell…but you managed to get a shot in…and ironically, a punch. With brass knuckles. You needed to fight like I would…and it’s the only reason I’m not standing here gleefully holding it over your head. I should have beaten you at Retribution, Kim. I should have pinned your shoulders to the mat and sent you home realizing that I am now the so called Queen of the Underground!”

Colleen pauses.

Colleen: “But now, I stand here…and even though I know I can beat you…and maybe the old me would move on. Part of me is not satisfied with that. Not after what we’ve already tried to do with one another. This isn’t something where half-measured are good enough!”

Polly: “At least you got the draw…”

Polly leans on the top rope, clearly thinking this through. Colleen turns to Polly as Marissa watches her.

Polly: “Meghan Strader got lucky…she wanted a fight. I gave her one. And she needed to drop me on the floor just to get that countout win. But I hope as hell she is not happy about that.”

Polly pushes off, finding some strength, despite her white, ghastly appearance.

Polly: “If you think, I’ll just roll over and accept that. You’re the one Meghan who came out and told me you’d have a fight. That you respected me. Well then respect me. I was incensed at first, but the only thing thinking you may have something worth something in SCW is that you tried to keep fighting. So you maybe weren’t happy either. Well, Meghan, I’m  easy to find. And right now, in my home state….”

The crowd cheers.

Polly: “I’m looking to see what type of woman you really are! Because if you think a countout victory is going to prove something to people here in SCW, you are either full of it, or a coward!”

???: “You don’t have to keep name-callin’.”

The crowd roars as we see Meghan Strader walking out from the back. She stakes a few steps, joined by the Strader family who walk out behind her and stand behind her.

Polly: “Well then…how about we start going through things and seeing what we can prove. You’re responding to me. That’s part one. What about part two…do you need the army?”

Meghan: “The girls are just supporting their leader. That’s all. They got a bit overzealous at Retribution. Sorry about that…but they also itch for a fight. And well, you have someone in your corner that was happy to get involved.”

Polly looks at Marissa.

Meghan: “But let’s cut through it. I wasn’t happy that our little tilt ended in a countout. Lord knows if I plan to win the SCW World Championship sooner or later, I don’t need to squeak by. I need to win convincingly and Polly, since you’ve got a lot more fight left in you, let’s see what we can do.”

Polly talks to Marissa a bit. Meghan looks down.

Meghan: “What’s up? Need to consult your friend-“

Polly: “No, Meghan. More I figure I may let you know what you’re in for because you’re right, Marissa wants to get a taste too. She’s got her contract and she’s not going to be happy sitting on her sidelines. So how about we do a bit of something…your girls looked a bit rough against the Shinigami Foundation. Maybe you need a lesson in how tough the competition is here, Meghan! So how about for once, the leader sits back and learns. Instead of rushing into things, watch. Marissa and I have an open card next week. Pick two of your girls…and you’re going to find out what you’re really in for!”

Meghan: “You want that…fine…but when you find out how tough the Cowgirls from Hell and the Strader clan are, don’t back out from our rematch!”

Polly: “You’re on-“

The crowd erupts. Just then, Colleen is pulled to the floor from behind. She turns as we see Kimberly Williams and she then takes what appears to be Wasley’s body, with nothing stuffed inside. She then places it over the head of Colleen. She then pulls from her waist, a staple gun, seemingly holstered, and staples it into the head of Colleen. She staples her again as the crowd roars. Marissa Swanson and Polly Pingotti both turn and head over to her as do the Straders to help. Kim cackles as she backs away and then holds up the staple gun as if pointing a gun at people.

Sharper: “Kimberly Williams jumping Colleen from the crowd.”

Knots: “She’s not done with this either. That’s her title as far as she’s concerned!”

Sharper: “And Polly, and Marissa. Going to help Colleen. The Straders also coming down.”

Knots: “Sure they aren’t going for Polly and Marissia?”

Sharper: “No, look!”

Kim backs up and exits to the crowd, backing away as Colleen rolls over, pulling the felt Wasley off of her head. We then see some blood coming from her forehead from the staples. Polly checks on her as Cara and Veronica Strader stand at the barricade, watching Kim. Meghan Strader stands a few feet away while the other Straders remain ready to fight. Polly locks eyes with Meghan briefly before turning back to Colleen.

Knots: “Kim’s just nuts coming out here. And in a friendly crowd to Colleen!”

Sharper: “That’s only going to add another level and to add insult to injury, the skin…what the hell do we call it of Wasley…”

Knots: “The carcass of Kim’s fallen friend has been used to transport salt and now to take Colleen off guard! Even from beyond, WASLEY will never die!”

The scene cuts away.

Backstage, Kirsten Scott is talking to CHBK, while Lucas Knight stands with him.

Kirsten: “You’re going to pull this….Jake Starr has done what for this sport. And he gets attacked and-“

CHBK: “You claimed you won. We sat back and we knew that wouldn’t be the case. Maybe you need to get a reality check-“

Kirsten: “Or maybe you need to realize that I’m not someone who is going to sit back and wait. I don’t need half-assed title defenses. I don’t need Selena Frost to take pity on me. I beat The Enigma. I put him away. I’ll beat him again. I’ll go right after him. Especially after what he did to Jake! But I need assurances.”

CHBK: “There are no guarantees Kirsten-“

Kirsten: “And yet Selena’s been camping with a title shot for nearly a year. Stop with the bullshit. You have someone running around pretending to champion. You have an Adrenaline Champion ducking proper matches. You just named a TV Title ladder match. And I just saw the Underground Champion get stapled. Or Xander needs a match…pick one…I’m there.”

CHBK: “Kirsten…you made an ultimatum. You’d take out The Enigma and you’d get a title shot. I don’t see The Enigma gone.”

Kirsten: “Fine…you want that…Fine. But anything I do is on your head!”

Kirsten turns and storms off. Lucas turns to CHBK.

Lucas: “You sure about this?”

CHBK: “People like her, like Glory…they need to learn. I’ve been consistent. People need to deal with the consequences of their actions. Kirsten made a deal. Glory made a deal. I’m just holding to the terms they made. I always hated when D or others stopped it from being settled in the ring. And as long as that’s where it ends up…then let it play.”

CHBK turns back to his office as the scene cuts away.

Breakdown returns as Jaina Lancaster stands in the interview area.

Jaina: “Jaina Lancaster here and please welcome at this time, Diamond Steele.”

The crowd buzzes as Diamond Steele walks into the interview area. She just scoffs a bit.

Diamond: “Finally getting some air time, huh?”

Jaina: “You’ve been starting to put it together. A big win a couple of weeks ago on Breakdown. Then the scrappiness at Retribution-“

Diamond: “So it’s all about wins and losses…of course it is. But now I start to bounce back, to show I can step up, now I’m getting the attention. Well, I’m going to make the most of it. No longer am I going to be a laughing stock. No longer will people see me as an easy win. It’s 2025 and it’s time for me to shine like I know I can! And so, step up SCW. Step up and get ready to fight. Because I’m going to fight for everything. The EFN thought I was a waste of their time and I embarrassed them on Breakdown three weeks ago. And I will keep embarrassing people. Kemal Yilmaz? Oskar Theron? Gavin Taylor? Whoever else is in my way! And soon…Jaina…you and I will be spending more time together as this…”

Diamond points to the ground, referring to her interview time.

Diamond: “Is going to become a weekly feature of SCW!”

Diamond then walks off as the scene cuts away.

Syren vs. Gigi Steward

“That's My Girl” plays throughout the arena as the stage and video screen goes dark. Gigi’s video plays on the screen and she steps out on to the stage wearing a black leather with tiny metal spikes on it and also a bandana covering her face. She walks up to the center of the stage and stretches her arms out embracing the fans support for her. She begins is march to the walk to the ring walking with a purpose. She gets to ringside and rushes into the ring rolling inside. She marches to the corner and hops on the middle ropes and throws out her own hand sign to the fans. She then rips off the bandana and tosses it into the crowd. Gigi hops off the ropes and takes off her jacket setting it aside for ring crew to pick up and she gets ready for her match.

Sharper: “Gigi Steward, a recent former tag team champion, set for action here tonight against a former World’s Champion in Syren and Jonathan, you have to wonder what’s going on in the mind of this young competitor.”

Knots: “I don’t have to wonder. It’s going to be a fight. But Giovanna Steward isn’t here by accident. She’s got the goods. The question is going to be whether or not it’s good enough to pass this test.”

The lights in the arena plunge into darkness. A pulsing sound akin to a heartbeat plays out across the PA system as the fans cheer. The heartbeat gets faster before “Groupie” by Cassie Steele hits the PA system. After a few moments Syren comes through the curtain, accompanied by Lexy Chapel on her left and Ravyn Taylor on her right. Syren pauses on the stage, looking out at the fans cheering, as Lexy waves her arms, trying to get them to cheer even louder for her client. Ravyn whispers something to Syren, who smiles and nods.

Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
DARK FANTASY

Syren walks down the ramp. She jumps up onto the apron before climbing the turnbuckles on the outside and waving her hands to get the fans fired up. As the camera gets closer to her, she shouts at the camera before pointing out at the fans. The camera switches to Lexy who yells about her client and the ‘Lexy Nation’ appreciating them.

Phillips: “Introducing, being accompanied by Lexy Chapel and Raven Taylor and representing LexyCorp International, hailing from Los Angeles, California, weighing one hundred and twenty-nine pounds, she is a seven-time SCW World Champion, she is an SCW Hall of Famer, and she is the current, reigning SCW Adrenaline Champion, this is SYREN!”

Syren smiles before leaping over the top rope and unclipping the title, dropping to her knees in the ring, posing with both her arms outstretched, palms facing up, and holding up the Adrenaline title with her right hand. Lexy rolls into the ring and stands over her, pointing down at her client. She offers both her hands to Syren, pulling her up. Syren takes off her ring jacket and hands it to Lexy as Ravyn claps and stands off to the side. She climbs up on the middle rope, posing for a moment and then jumping back down and standing in her corner with Lexy and Ravyn as her music fades out.

Sharper: “They say if you want to be the best you’ve got to beat the best. Here’s your chance, Giovanna Steward. An all-timer yesterday and today.”

Knots: “But Gigi Steward has been here just as long. She could be ready to make a breakthrough.”

The bell sounds as Ravyn Taylor looks on, several feet from Lexy Chapel, eyes looking intently into the ring. Collar and elbow tie up by the two competitors. Syren backs Gigi down, then twists out and wrenches the arm. Gigi tumbles through, but Syren holds on as Gigi attempts to roll through again. Syren maintains the arm again. Gigi sneaks underneath and attempts to reverse. Syren with an immediate reversal, keeping the upper hand. Then, arm wrenched, she pulls Gigi into a leg lift to the stomach. Syren lets go and levels Gigi with a hard European uppercut that backs Gigi into the corner. She repeats and lays on another heavy uppercut. Syren pulls her out of the corner and lays in a sharp looking elevated dropkick! The crowd roars its approval as the camera catches Ravyn looking on before Syren drops into the cover.

Tw—Kickout by Gigi with authority.

Sharper: “Syren showing the veteran presence by not letting Gigi Steward out of her predicament.”

Knots: “And Ravyn Taylor, a former World Champion in her own right, now making the next step in her storied career into management. If she can figure out the game, that’s a hell of a tool to have in your chest.”

Syren immediately goes back to work on Gigi with a sharp knife edge chop that resonates with a vicious slap. Syren follows it up with another chop, then backs Gigi into the ropes. Knee lift by Syren followed by an Irish whip. An attempted roundhouse kick by Syren is ducked by Gigi. Gigi bounds off the far ropes and leaps up into the air, taking Syren down! She starts throwing a flurry of right hands into Syren’s head as she begins to guard. Before the referee can count, Gigi rolls off and steps back. Syren rises to her feet and turns around into a back body drop from Gigi! Elevated knee drop to Syren followed by a cover.

Kickout by Syren as Lexy cheers on her client. Ravyn leans down under the bottom rope, watching on and scoping out the situation. Gigi stands Syren up and boots her in the stomach. Kickout by Gigi, who rolls over in noticeable pain.

Sharper: “Gigi Steward nearly taking a foothold in this contest before Syren sussing it out and putting an end to it.”

Knots: “She’s getting some reps in, working hard, Sharper. She looks great!”

Syren immediately grabs Gigi and brings her to her feet. Quick boot to the stomach followed by a hard knee to the ribs. Belly to back suplex attempt now by Syren. Gigi flips backwards and lands on her feet. Running face buster from behind by Gigi as she lands on her knees! Syren holds her face as she rolls onto her side with Gigi pushing her into the cover!

Kicking at two by Syren. Ravyn paces at ringside as Gigi gets up and lays on another few forearms. Quick boot to the cut followed by a snap DDT! Gigi immediately transitions by scissoring her legs over the neck and locking on a triangle choke as she pulls the arm through!

Sharper: “Gigi Steward with a quick DDT and rather than attempting a pinfall, she’s trying to use Syren’s stunned state to choke her out!”

Knots: “Not a bad strategy, Sharper! She knows she’s not likely to put her away with a DDT but maybe she can make her pass out instead!”

Gigi pulls through on the arm and leans back hard, pulling the neck into the clasp. Syren does not panic. Instead, she stands firm, not struggling, and steps back slowly, dragging Gigi with her until her back leans against the ropes.

The ref calls for the clean break. Gigi lets go and rolls backwards. When Syren stands up, Gigi charges in but Syren sidesteps, using Gigi’s forward momentum against her with a swift push into the ropes. Gigi hits them chest-first and bounds back off hard, executing an inverted lungblower! The crowd oh’s as Syren rolls into the cover!

Th— NO! Kickout by Gigi.

Sharper: “Gigi Steward locked in that triangle choke, but Syren just too smart and too talented to let that take the match. And now she’s back in the driver’s seat!”

Knots: “Just flawless offense, Sharper. Utterly relentless.”

Syren now fully on the offensive. As Gigi tries to collect her breath, Syren hits the ropes and comes off with a springboard corkscrew senton that has the crowd on its feet! The cover!

Th— No! Kickout by Gigi. Syren nods as she then stands Gigi up. Hard knee to the stomach, followed up by a belly-to-back lift that she swiftly turns into a sitout front face pancake! The crowd oh’s as Syren makes the cover!

2!

Thr—Kickout by Gigi!

Sharper: “Right now, it’s all Syren. It’s one impact move after another. And it’s just a matter of time before Gigi Steward is overwhelmed here tonight.”

Knots: “She’s showing us all here tonight that she’s still here, Sharper. And it seems like we’re being put on notice.”

We can hear Ravyn finally say something inaudible that Syren picks up on. As Gigi tries to get back up to her feet, Syren reaches in from behind and locks in a sleeper hold! Gigi fights against it and squirms. Then, she reaches behind and grabs Syren by the back of the head. She pulls her head down and athletically shoots her knee up, driving it into Syren’s head. Quick short arm clothesline by Gigi!

Kickout by Syren as the referee shows a two. Gigi picks Syren up and quickly boots her in the stomach, then bounds off the ropes. Looking for the Nirvana! But Syren shoots herself up as Gigi drops her leg across Syren’s head. Gigi finds herself in the air before Syren shoots her foot out with a vicious thrust kick that finds it mark on Gigi’s chin!

Sharper: “Uh oh. It looks like Gigi just received an invitation to the bash.”

Knots: “The Soirée, Sharper! No RSVP needed for VIPs! And now Giovanna Steward is here for the party!”

The crowd oh’s as Gigi hits the mat! Syren bends down, scoops up her opponent, and calls for the end. Boot to the stomach and a sit out facebuster from Syren!

Sharper: “Total Makeover!”

Knots: “Thanks for playing, Gigi Steward!”

Sharper: “Hook of the leg!

2!

3!”

The bell sounds as “Groupie” plays through the arena. Ravyn Taylor slides into the ring, clapping, as Lexy Chapel steps up the ring steps.

Phillips: “Your winner…Syrennnn!”

The referee raises her hand in victory as Ravyn stands off in the corner, clapping. Gigi Steward rolls out of the ring, clearly in pain.

Sharper: “Syren is not somebody you want to forget about in 2025. Her style is as fluid as it’s ever been. Her offense is irrepressible once again. And she rolls on here tonight with another win and just showing us why she’s a Hall of famer.”

Knots: “We’re not done, Sharper. Looks like we’re about to be graced with the dulcet tones of Lexy Chapel’s voice.”

In the ring, Lexy is handed a microphone by a stagehand as the music dies out. The crowd roars it’s approval, then quiets down in anticipation of the message. Ravyn watches as she shakes her head.

Chapel: “Syren…look…you dominated! You beat a Steward. Another legendary family. You’re back to being Syren, okay!”

Syren looks at Lexy as the crowd cheers a bit.

Chapel: “I know, I know, you want to make sure you’re ready. But as the manager of champions around here, I know you’re ready. I’ve managed CHAMPIONS. Not just wrestlers. CHAMPIONS. And you’re the champion’s champion. Look, I know she’s got more control, but she’s leading you wrong and I needed to remind you of it. So…I have spared NO expense. Guys in the truck….run it!”

Syren turns and looks at the big screen, a bit confused before turning back to Lexy. The scenes fades out.

“Abracadabra” by Lady Gaga starts to play as we see a shot of Syren getting prepared backstage, straightening out her knee pads and doing up the strings on her boots.

The video ends with a shot of Syren with the SCW World Championship standing in the ring proudly and victorious as the scene fades out.

The scene opens back up in the ring where Syren stands, hands on her hips, the crowd applauding as Lexy Chapel beams next to her. Ravyn Taylor just chuckles, walking to the back.

Chapel: “See! Do you get it! You said it when you came back. You’re going to win all of those titles and –“

Syren stops her. She leans in and Lexy holds the microphone up for her.

Syren: “I get what you’re saying, Lexy. But Ravyn’s got a plan. And if I want to win those titles, I need to be ready for it.”

Syren nods.

Syren: “Thank you though.”

Syren turns and nods to the crowd, recognizing them, before exiting the ring. “Groupie” starts to play. Lexy looks around and then puts down the microphone. She starts to exit the ring and drops down, starting to follow Syren.

Sharper: “Lexy Chapel trying to fast-track this. She’s not crazy about Ravyn’s more methodical approach-“

Knots: “She is right. Syren is a Hall of Famer!”

Sharper: “And maybe Syren’s making sure she’s ready for that stress. She seems sold by what Ravyn is doing!”

Syren heads through the curtain, Lexy following, pleading her case to her as the scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

We return as we see Syren re-entering the LexyCorp locker room. Lexy Chapel is right behind her.

Lexy: “Look! I even tried…I saw your Spotify. Lady Gaga all over the place. Don’t know how much I paid for that-“

Syren: “And Lexy, I’m trying to tell you that you don’t need to do that. I didn’t come out a few weeks ago and return, saying I’m going for all of these titles, just to not. Okay….just…Ravyn’s right. My head was in a different place a few months ago. She’s just making sure.”

Lexy: “But that’s why we need to ripoff the bandaid. Best way to do that is to get you a title belt. Get you a championship. And the high from it…it’s going to keep you going. Won’t it?”

Ravyn: “Just allow her to get through this her way.”

Lexy jumps.

Lexy: “Where the hell…”

Lexy catches her breath as Ravyn Taylor just looks at her from the corner, notably reading Dante’s Inferno.

Lexy: “Could you like ring or something before you speak.”

Ravyn: “Like a bell? I was stationary, so not like that wouldn’t have-“

Lexy: “BEGONE SATAN!”

The sound of the shower turning on, presumably Syren cleaning off from her match.

Ravyn: “She’s convinced by my way-“

Lexy: “She’ll come around. That video was banging, okay.”

Ravyn: “How much did it cost?”

Lexy: “You say NOTHING!”

Lexy thinks to herself.

Lexy: “I’ll have something else. You may have the influence now, but I’m going to make sure she’s a success.”

Lexy turns and heads off as Ravyn shrugs and returns to reading her book.

"Hater era"

A laugh can be heard before the opening sounds of Overdose by Memphis May Fire begin. The song quickly picks up pace as purple, pink, and yellow lights shine throughout the arena, emanating from the stage.

Sharper: “Well this was one of the surprises of Retribution…Jordan Majors and…”

Knots: “She’s got it! She’s still got the US Title!”

The song plays for some time before Jordan Majors walks out to the middle of the stage and turns around and puts her arms straight out as she looks down. The SCW United States Championship title sits around her waist. The camera pans in to her leather jacket to see #HaterEra emblazoned on the back. She bobs her head to the music before turning and looking directly toward the ring. She kneels down and taps a fist into the ground before she grins and begins to make her way toward the ring at her own pace.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a ten minute time limit. First, on her way to the ring, from Chicago, Illinois, she is Jordan Majors!”

Jordan looks at the ring, shaking her head. She ignores the crowd on each side of the ramp as she slowly walks to the area just outside of the ring. Majors makes her way to the ring steps and slaps them twice before she runs up and jumps to the middle rope from the outside of the turnbuckle. She then heads over to Phillips. We cut to see her opponent in the ring.

Phillips: “And her opponent from-“

Jordan stops him and starts to talk to him before taking the microphone from him. She turns around.

Majors: “Okay, I’m not going to tolerate the disrespect this soon after returning!”

Majors turns as the music fades out.

Majors: “You…who are you?”

Majors walks over to the woman standing across the ring from her and extends the microphone.

Woman: “Raquel Vallejo.”

Majors: “Well Raquel, your lucky day. Since I’m a fighting champion, unlike others around here, I’m happy to give you the first crack at my US Championship.”

The crowd roars. Vallejo’s eyes widen and she smiles. She can be seen saying “Really?”

Majors: “Really. Now Phillips here may not want to announce it, but I think this is a legitimate US Title defense. I am holding the title after all and again, possession is nine tenths of the law. Especially since Asher says he was the US champion anyway. And well, this match should be…thirty minute time limit. And you…Hollinsworth. You’re going to enforce that. So, you fall into line. Phillips, get out of the ring and lets give these fans a show.”

Majors turns and hands the microphone to Phillips before turning and handing the US Championship to Hollinsworth.

Sharper: “So this is now a title match when she’s not the champion-“

Knots: “But she has the title!”

Sharper: “So where the hell is Asher?!”

Knots: “Are we doing this?”

Hollinsworth looks at the title. Majors tells him to raise it over his head. He then reluctantly does. He hands it off as Majors starts to stretch out. He then calls the bell. The crowd roars as Raquel steps out, slapping her face to get into it. She then lunges forward, going to go for a collar and elbow tie-up, but Majors immediately goes low with a Pussy Destroyer. The crowd ohs as Raquel bends over in pain. Majors looks at her and then leans over, mocking her.

Sharper: “Good lord!”

Knots: “That’ll stop her!”

Majors just smirks before then shrugging and jumping up and hitting the Cash Out. This gets a roar from the crowd. She rolls Vallejo over and goes for the lateral press.

1!

2!

3!

The bell sounds. Majors gets up and smirks. She then turns and goes to the corner. She’s handed the title back as Majors takes it and Hollinsworth raises her arm. She then holds up the US Title.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Jordan Majors!”

Majors turns and moves towards him. Phillips backs up. She then drops down to the floor and storms over to him and grabs him. She then pulls the microphone from him and rips it out of his hands.

Majors: “And STILL SCW United States Champion, Jordan Majors!”

Majors looks at Phillips before shoving him back. He falls over and Majors turns and walks up the steel steps.

Majors: “Put some respect on my name!”

Majors then walks over and steps through the ropes. She then walks forward.

Majors: “I hope that was a great moment, Raquel. You got an opportunity many would kill for. And I’ve already defended this title more than Asher Hayes. Hey, Asher….hope you’re enjoying the show!”

Major smiles and laughs.

Sharper: “What does that mean?”

Knots: “Does she know where he is?!”

Sharper: “I would assume so. How did she get the title?!”

Majors looks around and smiles.

Majors: “I hope you’re not minding how things turned out. Then again, couldn’t happen to someone who didn’t deserve it more. And for that, I’m speaking me…holding this title. No longer the Star of Tomorrow, but the Star of Today and there’s no one that can argue that. I’m on the tip of all of your tongues. And I have deserved that more than anything else…”

The crowd gives a mixed reaction before we see La Pequena Luz walking down from the back. Amelia Nevado walks out with her, but Luz turns and tells her to stop before she heads to the ring. Majors turns, noticing the former interim US Champion walking down to the ring.

Sharper: “La Pequena Luz now out here. Still in her gear.”

Knots: “She lost the title to Asher Hayes about a month ago.”

Luz walks over to the ring as Majors looks at her.

Majors: “Oh you…what do you have to say to me?”

Luz climbs up onto the apron. She then enters the ring. She asks for the microphone, but Majors shakes her head.

Majors: “No, this is my time. This is my time, with this title, with this spotlight.”

Luz looks at her and then says something to her.

Majors: “You have a shot…I’m not the champ? How do you know I did beat Asher? Maybe he doesn’t even remember…common for him. Then again, that’s something you should take up with him if you’re going to take the moral high ground. I’m the champion, Luz…deal with it!”

Majors then steps past Luz and steps through the ropes. She then turns to the stage.

Majors: “Hit my music!”

Majors smirks as she turns and heads to the back as “Overdose” plays throughout the arena. Luz turns and looks at her, shaking her head. Majors walks to the back, smiling as she then looks at Amelia then steps past her. Amelia watches her as she heads to the back as the scene fades out.

Hollywood vs. Glory Braddock

The first chords of "Immortal" by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play over the PA system...

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and is a handicap match. First, from London, England, she is The British Bombshell GLORY BRADDOCK!”

Glory Braddock steps out onto the stage, wearing her ring gear consisting of purple spandex pants, boots, and a purple top. She really does look like a million bucks and grins from ear to ear, gazing out at the crowd for a moment before making her way down the entrance ramp.

I come alive at the second of midnight
So I can fly when the world is asleep
You scream and howl as I'm taking the first bite
Blood on my tongue tastes of eternity

People will come and go
Some stories never told
They bury me down below
But I'll never die
'Cause I'm immortal
Yes, immortal

The British Bombshell steps up the steel steps and then onto the ring apron. She poses momentarily on the apron, allowing people to take snapshots before stepping through the ropes and into the ring.  Once in the ring Glory heads to the center of the ring and poses once more. Then the music dies down slowly...

Sharper: “Glory Braddock hoping to get something out of this. Maybe feeling better.”

Knots: “I don’t know if she knew what happened at Retribution until today. She was so focused on the handicap nature, that she missed that Hollywood was the reason why Dexter Grant retained.”

Sharper: “And Glory has ignored what we saw Dexter Grant offered her. So clearly, Glory is just trying to feel better maybe.”

A rush of paparazzi rush down either side of the ramp as a red carpet is rolled out. The sounds of Michael Jackson’s “Hollywood Tonight” begins to play as Chris and Ryan Hollywood come out from the back, prompting a shamelessly stolen trope of flashes from the cameras as they stand atop the ramp.

Phillips: “Her opponents, from Hollywood, they are Chris and Ryan, they are Hollywood!”

They respond to pose instructions from the photographers as they move towards the ring. Once in the ring, they pose in the middle of the ring, back to back, as their music fades. They turn and then sees Glory just glaring at them. Chris gets Ryan’s attention and Ryan turns and then says something to Chris.

Sharper: “Hollywood in the ring. Focusing on their entrance, their spotlight…”

Knots: “Focus on Glory. Look at that look.”

Chris and Ryan both turn to Glory, arms out. Ryan then points to the paparazzi as Chris then nods and points to them. He motions for them to come to the ring, but the bell sounds instead and Glory dropkicks Ryan down. Ryan goes down. Glory gets up and Chris runs over and clubs her in the back once and then again and again. He then whips her into the ropes. Glory bounces of Chris goes for a hip toss. Glory blocks it. He tries again. Glory blocks it again. Chris just shrugs and puts his hand up, but Glory knees him in the ribs and then hip tosses Chris over. Chris rolls over and moves to the corner. Glory runs over and nails him with a hard forearm and then another and another before Ryan runs over and clubs Glory from behind.

Sharper: “This will be tornado rules. And right now, the two men, Hollywood, are fighting for their life.”

Knots: “Glory has the experience. Remember that. That’s a big edge.”

Ryan spins Glory around and then pulls her out and then hits a drop tole hold. Chris gets up and sees this and then runs over and hits a dropkick to the head of Glory. Glory rolls over, holding her face in pain. Ryan and Chris high-five and throw their arms up in the air. They then walk around before going over to Glory and then starting to lift her up. They whip her into the ropes and she bounces off and they hit a double hip toss. Ryan scampers for the pin.

Glory kicks out. The crowd cheers. Glory rolls over and starts to get up. Ryan looks over and then points at her. Chris and Ryan then start to argue over who will stay on Glory. Chris then goes over to Glory and pulls her up and places her on the middle rope. He then starts to choke her, by sitting on the middle rope.

Ryan steps off and Chris and Ryan then start to talk to one another. They seem to come up with a plan. Both then run into the opposite ropes, bouncing off and then run over to jump onto the back of Glory, but Glory drops down and Chris and Ryan hit the middle rope and bounce back.

Sharper: “Glory moves out of the way. Chris and Ryan Hollywood…they thought they had a plan!”

Knots: “Glory outsmarted them!”

Glory then gets up and runs over to Chris as he gets up and nails him with a hard right before nailing Ryan with another hard right. She chops Ryan before chopping Chris. She chops Ryan again. She then chops Chris. They both turn to her and yell at her to stop and Glory grabs them both by the head and drives them into each other, head to head. Ryan and Chris fall back. Chris and Ryan both start to get up and Glory moves to the corner. She then gets up to the middle turnbuckle. She then dives off and hits the Prankster’s Paradise to Chris. She gets up and turns to Ryan who goes for a hard right. Glory blocks it. Ryan looks at her and then Glory takes him over with an armbar takedown. She moves into a crossface. She starts to pull back. The crowd erupts. Ryan yells out before then Chris breaks it up. Glory rolls over. Chris then starts to help Ryan up. Ryan holds his arm and Chris then hoists him up and Glory gets up only for Chris to throw Ryan at Glory with the Full Facial! The crowd ohs. Chris then goes for the pin.

1!

2!

Glory gets her shoulder up.

Sharper: “And Glory kicks out!”

Knots: “Even with a member of Hollywood thrown in her face!”

Sharper: “Glory finding a way to get that shoulder up.”

Glory Braddock rolls over as Chris gets up and turns to Ryan. They start to talk again as Glory slowly rolls to the ropes. Chris then turns back to Glory and grabs her, but Glory then suddenly tackles him down and hammers away with hard right hands. The crowd erupts. Braddock rolls over as Ryan turns and runs at her, but Glory gets back to the ropes and pulls the top rope down and Ryan goes up and over the top rope to the floor. Ryan rolls over into the barricade. Glory gets up and looks at Chris as he rolls over, getting up, holding his jaw and turns to Glory who grabs his arm and jumps up, locking int the Shekinah Glory! The crowd erupts. Glory pulls back and starts to choke Chris Hollywood out. He reaches out, but quickly fades, falling to his side. Glory keeps the hold on as Chris starts to frantically tap out and then fades entirely. The bell sounds. Glory holds on for a moment longer before letting go.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via submission, Glory Braddock!”

Sharper: “And Glory Braddock makes Chris Hollywood tap out.”

Knots: “Tap out and then pass out. Just like on their nights out over the weekend!”

Sharper: “I don’t know if this is going to help Glory Braddock actually feel better. But for a moment, can’t hurt.”

Glory Braddock gets up and looks around. Her music plays as the official raises her arm. She then looks around and sees Ryan Hollywood at ringside. He backs away. Braddock walks towards the ropes. Ryan backs away some more, and a bit quicker. Glory then backs up and looks around before the scene cuts away.

“Psycho in my Head” plays as we see Simon Lyman walking with a cane, and with Amy Chastaine. The crowd cheers seeing him.

Sharper: “Folks, Simon Lyman managed to defeat his brother Ryan at Retribution. He’s here tonight.”

Knots: “Maybe to say bye?”

Sharper: “Maybe. Simon Lyman, joins us next!”

The scene fades out.

COMMERCIALS

“Hero” by Skillet plays throughout the arena. The crowd cheers as the cameras turn to the entrance way. We then see Simon Lyman walking out from the back, aided with a cane. He is dressed in a suit and looks around. Amy Chastaine then walks out with him, joining him.

Simon Lyman slowly starts to walk down the rampway. Amy Chastaine walks alongside him. The two walk down the rampway to the bottom of the ramp. They then go over to the steel steps. Simon quickly fist pumps one young fan before turning and starting to climb up the steps, using the ringpost to help him. He then walks along the apron and steps in, a bit gingerly. He then steps into the ring. Amy Chastaine follows into the ring and Simon walks over and turns to Jason Phillips who is in the ring, waiting for him. Phillips hands Simon the microphone. Simon then looks around as Phillips exits the ring. Simon listens to the crowd as Amy says something to him. The music starts to fade out as a “Simon!” chant begins to break out. Simon looks around, savouring it before then turning and looking around the ring, bringing the microphone to his mouth.

Simon: “Thank you….thank you for that.”

Simon nods as he looks around.

Simon: “Ding dong the witch is dead!”

Simon smirks.

Simon: “Or should I say Ryan…at least for now.”

Simon looks around as the crowd cheers.

Simon: “I have to stress the for now. Someone like that won’t stay down. Not forever. Not when they have a con to make. Not until it’s all taken away. But…”

Simon looks at Amy.

Simon: “But I hope others now will see through him and maybe, just maybe, he can just fade away. He can keep scratching and crawling….but I have made it clear I won’t let him use MY name to do it. Ryan…you kept saying that my name was weaknesses. It was pathetic. Well I am standing tall after I drove your head into the mat and then lead MY Revolution to take BACK what was mine! My career! My reputation!”

Simon looks out and shows a bit of emotion as the crowd cheers. Amy nods and rubs his back a bit, trying to support Simon.

Simon: “It’s not yet everything. But it’s a damn good start. As I repair the damage you did, Ryan.”

Simon pauses again.

Simon: “It also proved to me that I can still fight for what I have in this life. I can still fight for what is right, what I care about, what is EVERYTHING to me.”

Simon pauses again as the crowd cheers.

Simon: “Maybe that’s the cruel thing here…part of me needs to thank you Ryan. Just like I need to thank Amy for listening, Alex for getting me this opportunity to make things right…I need to thank you Ryan for reminding me that I am not helpless, I am not pathetic. I am not WEAK.”

Simon looks up at the main camera as the crowd cheers.

Simon: “And…I may not have the recovery I once did. I may not be as sharp as I was. But I know I can fight…and…”

Simon Lyman pauses for one more moment.

Simon: “Maybe I can still fight in this ring…”

The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Wait a minute.”

Knots: “Whoa! Simon, wait….”

Simon: “I always wanted to be SCW World Champion and…”

Amy looks at Simon, not stopping him, letting him just speak.

Simon: “Alex…I have another favour…do whatever tests you need to to make SCW okay with it…I don’t know how many matches. I don’t know whether I’ll regret it later, but I won’t regret it now…But I’m back…and I know what my next fight will be!”

Lyman brings the microphone down to his side. The crowd cheers as “Hero” by Skillet starts to play again.

Knots: “He’s back!”

Sharper: “I mean he’s won two matches. He’s fought and fought hard. I’m on board!”

Knots: “Simon…the skill. The talent…what about Fall of Man. Do you want to get in their way?!”

Simon Lyman looks out and smiles as Amy walks over and says something to him. Simon nods and looks around.

“Psycho in my Head” by Skillet plays as the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen. We then see a still of Konrad Raab, before showing Xander Valentine, and then showing the SCW World Championship logo.

Sharper: “Main event time. And Simon may be watching closely! Xander Valentine defends against Konrad Raab! Next!”

The scene fades to black.

Konrad Raab vs. Xander Valentine

He also has a penguin, walrus and a polar bear stitching on the left-hand side of his chest on his gear, stating Stop Climate Change and has NASCAR Xfinity Series and Kaulig Racing logo stitching on the right hand side of his chest on his gear. He also wears black boots along with Red and Black Gloves on his hands. Ginny Raab walks out behind him. Raab crouches down on the floor with the flanged German mace and the blowtorch in front of him, looking at the ring with evil intentions.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with TV time remaining and is for the SCW World Championship! First, the challenger, from Cologne, Germany, accompanied by Ginny Raab, he is Burned in Blood, Konrad Raab!”

After the announcement, Konrad picks up his flanged German mace and the blowtorch and slowly walks to the ring with a massive amount of boos. Konrad runs up the steps and goes underneath the ropes, while Ginny walks up the stairs and gets in the ring with Konrad. As he's in the ring, Konrad, without showing any sign of acknowledgement from the fans, lays the flanged German mace on the turnbuckle, then sits in the corner of the ring with the crowd booing him, having a nasty look in his eyes, flicking his fists as if he's already ready to fight, with Ginny taking Konrad's flanged German mace and his blowtorch away, waiting for the match to start as he takes his hoodie off from his head as Ginny leaves the ring and goes backstage.

Sharper: “We knew Raab was facing Xander tonight. Earlier tonight, this match turned into a World Title match.”

Knots: “Raab hoping that he can walk out of Utah on top.”

Sharper: “And you can tell that everything ramped back up. Josh Hudson not here. Raab is ready. Xander wanted to settle this as it should be.”

A long church bell rings, once- twice- a third time as the crowd explodes. The lights go out as Xander’s voice echoes out over the sound system, increasing the intensity of the crowd’s roar.

“Never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”

The few opening keystrokes of “Soul on Fire” by Last Internationale chimed. A lull before the storm as the crowd seems to calm for only a moment before Delila Paz’s blues dominate the audio.

“Some are born to kill

Others are born to run

Some need to keep on takin'

Till you ain't got none”

A singular light appears before the curtains, on the other side is the outline of a large man. On the screen, we’re shown Xander Valentine holding onto the bars of a prison cell. He starts to bend the bars before the scene blurs.

“But baby, I wasn't built to die

Lay down and be crucified

Nah, no matter how hard they try

To push me down

Still I rise”

“Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)”

The curtain drops to reveal Xander. A quick salvo of pyros explodes in front of him before he steps through the smoke with an intense look on his face. He goes from one side of the stage to the next, yelling out to the crowd and throwing up his arms. He then stops at the top of the ramp and throws his arm up into the air. He starts down the ramp, Xander’s gaze affixed on the ring. The SCW World Championship is around his waist.

Phillips: “His opponent, fighting out of Fort Collins, Colorado… from Rochester, New York… he is the SCW Hall of Famer, the SCW World Champion, the Paragon of Violence, the Executioner…. XANDER F’ING VALENTINE!”

Suffocate me until I am blue

To preserve my bad worldview

Paranoid, All Eyes On Me

Rumours circle, vultures feed

Baby, I wasn't built to die

Lay down and be crucified

Nah, no matter how hard they try

To push me down

Still I rise

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Xander leaps up onto the apron in a single bound. Xander climbs up over the top rope and marches straight to the far side of the ring. He throws his arms up again, getting a massive pop. He goes to the opposite side and repeats to garner the same response. He hops down from the rope, and jogs into place, waiting for the bell. Aaron Demitra walks over to Xander. Xander hands him the World Championship. Demitra steps back and holds the title over his head. The SCW World Championship logo comes across the screen. Demitra hands off the title before stepping back, checking in with both Raab and Valentine, before calling for the bell.

Sharper: “And here we go. World Championship on the line. First time here on Breakdown in 2025!”

Knots: “And it rarely gets this personal. Remember what these two put each other through. Destroying racing cars, burning one’s foot. Bloodying each other.”

Sharper: “This is a standard match though, so Aaron Demitra may have his hands full on this one.”

Xander steps out and Konrad steps out too and then throws a hard right, but Xander blocks it and nails him with a hard right jab and then a left hook to the ribs before another hard right. Raab spins around and back into his corner. Xander then nails him with a hard right and then another and another and another. Demitra calls for the break.

Raab rolls over and gets up and turns to Xander who kicks him in the ribs, hooking him up by the head. He then hoists him up and holds him up. He lets go with one arm before dropping back and hitting a single-arm brainbuster!

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, and STILL SCW World Champion…Xander Valentine!”

Xander holds the title over his head as his music plays.

Sharper: “Xander Valentine responds. Valhalla has Fallen. Raab has fallen.”

Knots: “Raab and Valentine just beat the hell out of each other.”

Sharper: “And now the question is who is next to face Xander and-“

Xander’s music cuts out before "Shot from a Cannon" by Chevelle starts to play. Xander stops and turns to the entrance way. A few moments pass before William Heaven walks out from the back as James Evans then walks out with him. James Evans looks at Xander as Xander looks at him.

Sharper: “William Heaven out…and with James Evans!”

Knots: “Evans wanted Xander months ago. James Evans a former World Champion. Is he claiming his shot? Is THIS what inevitability means?!”

Sharper: “I don’t know. But James and Xander, looking right at one another! Is James next?”

The scene then slowly fades to black…
