“Supreme Championship Wrestling...”

A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness, before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.

“The leading force in sports and entertainment today....”

MAIN SHOW:

“Psycho in my Head” by Skillet plays as we see a shot of Selena Frost standing on the stage, about to the run to the ring. We then see shots of Bree Lancaster hitting someone with the Rectifier and Simon Lyman posing with his arms out.

Maybe I'm just paranoid
Or maybe I'm just livin' a lie
Can't stop this screamin' voice
Or maybe I'm just sick inside

Shots of Kandis hitting Gratuitous on an opponent, before showing Rated X posing as SCW World Tag Team Champions. Katie Steward is next shown posing, before we see David Striker diving over the top rope and Josh Hudson standing on the stage, smiling. Shots of Chance Owens, Simon Lyman and the European Fiery Nation follow, superimposed over the Breakdown logo

This is the face
I hate the other side of me
Out of this cage
He breaks to take the life from me
Tell me, tell me, tell me
I'm not crazy

Syren is shown hitting Xander Valentine with the Total Makeover before showing the Shinigami Foundation standing in the ring talking to the crowd. Glory Braddock is next shown hitting the London Plunge before we see The One Kirsten Scott proudly holding the SCW Television Championship. WASLEY is next shown as Kimberly Williams is seen smirking. The Breakdown logo flashes on the screen.

There's a psycho in my head
I'm closer to the edge
Makin' me feel like I'm livin' in misery, misery
Insane
These voices in my brain
Starting to feel like it's gonna be the death of me, death of me

Gavin Taylor hitting the Gavin Taylor lariat on an opponent is next, before we see Magical Cosmic Princess YUYO making her entrance. Konrad Raab punching Ace Marshall in a steel cage is shown next, before we see Autumn Valentine hitting a standing shooting star press. Lexy Chapel is then shown showing off Syren. Amy Chastaine posing follows before we see Matthew Knox hitting the Dead, and Lovely against Deanna Frost.

There's a psycho in my, there's a psycho in my head

Shots of Deanna Frost, Kandis, Xander Valentine, and Syren are shown before the Breakdown logo comes up on the screen.

We then cut to a live shot of the inside of KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. The crowd cheers as pyro shoots out from the base of the stage. The display continues for a few moments before spotlights circle the arena and the cameras pan across the crowd for a few moments.

Sharper: “With Apocalypse now in the past, SCW has survived, but at what cost!”

The cameras pan the crowd before we cut to ringside where Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots sit at the announce position.

Sharper: “Welcome to ringside. Adam Sharper here with Jonathan Knots. We are live here for this special Saturday Night edition of Breakdown in Buffalo. And in mere moments, we’ll see the Trios Tournament winners get their contracts. Xander Valentine, Amelia Blythe and Billy Heaven Jr. get the honours.”

Knots: “But not without some controversy. Blake Mason piledriving Selena Frost. The result being that Polly Pingotti and Andrew Raynes were down one and Xander got the win. You think that’s going to get overlooked!”

Sharper: “And why did Blake do it? William Heaven, who was at ringside, seemed pleased, but there was some sort of a relationship, or some sort of an agreement between him and Blake!”

Knots: “We’re going to find out!”

Sharper: “That and much more as we’ll see Bree Lan caster and Josh Hudson team up against the Shinigami Foundation, Team Desire challenge Light in the Darkness for the World Tag Team Championship, and the SCW debut of Rayne Young and more! But for now, let’s go to the ring where the SCW COO Alex Desoubrais is waiting.”

We cut to the ring where we see CHBK standing in the ring with Lucas Knight and Dean Black. Black holds three envelopes in his hand.

Phillips: “Please welcome at this time, the SCW Chief Operating Officer, the legendary CHBK, Alex Desoubrais!”

CHBK walks over to Phillips, taking the microphone. He smiles and turns to the crowd.

CHBK: “Thank you Jason. Buffalo!”

The crowd roars.

CHBK: “Are you ready for Breakdown?!”

The crowd cheers.

CHBK: “We are coming off the massive Apocalypse event and at that show, we saw the finals of the Trios Tournament take place. The result of that match saw Xander Valentine, Amelia Blythe and Billy Heaven Jr. walk away victorious.”

The crowd applauds a bit.

CHBK: “And the result is that they now will each get ownership of these contracts.”

Dean Black extends them to CHBK. CHBK takes them and holds all three up.

CHBK: “The coveted Trios Tournament contracts. Each of these contracts gives the winners the opportunity to book any one match they wish. It must be approved by the Board of Directors. They must give two weeks notice. But otherwise…everything is fair game until the end of September 2025.”

The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Huge opportunities here.”

CHBK: “So…with that in mind. Please welcome the victorious team from Trios Tournament 2024….the team of Xander Valentine, Amelia Blythe, and Billy Heaven Jr.!”

The crowd roars as we cut to the stage. A long church bell rings, once- twice- a third time as the crowd explodes. The lights go out as Xander’s voice echoes out over the sound system, increasing the intensity of the crowd’s roar.

“Never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”

The few opening keystrokes of “Soul on Fire” by Last Internationale chimed. A lull before the storm as the crowd seems to calm for only a moment before Delila Paz’s blues dominate the audio.

“Some are born to kill

Others are born to run

Some need to keep on takin'

Till you ain't got none”

A singular light appears before the curtains, on the other side is the outline of a large man. On the screen, we’re shown Xander Valentine holding onto the bars of a prison cell. He starts to bend the bars before the scene blurs. Suddenly, the music cuts, and the video ends, before…

Do it baby! Do what I should think!
Do it-do it baby, do what I could think!

The opening polyphonic strokes of Tommy Richman’s “Million Dollar Baby” hit the PA, and the crowd immediately turns to boos. The stage lights intensify in brightness. Through the light, we see Xander Valentine just walking out from the back, shaking his head. Joining him is Amelia Blythe and La Pequena Luz. Xander glances back as Amelia and Luz head to the ring. We then see William Heaven walking out from the back. He then says something to Xander. Xander says something back before Xander heads to the ring. William Heaven watches Xander before then sauntering down after him.

Sharper: “There’s Xander, there’s Amelia….”

Knots: “Billy Heaven Jr’s music is playing. The hell is he?”

Sharper: “William Heaven, his father is here. I don’t think he’d want to come out to this.”

We cut backstage to see Billy Heaven Jr. in the gorilla position nodding his head, but having a man with him, who poses him before then taking a photo of him with his phone.

Sharper: “The hell…”

Knots: “He’s jamming out…sorta….”

Sharper: “I don’t even know what think about that man.”

Knots: “You said he’s a man. Probably more than William Heaven has said about him!”

Amelia and Luz reach the ring and hop onto the apron and into the ring. CHBK extends his hand, shaking Amelia’s hand and Luz’s for good measure. Xander Valentine grabs the top rope and pulls himself up. He then steps into the ring and walks forward. CHBK looks at him as Xander slowly extends his hand. CHBK shakes it too. Xander then glances to the stage as William Heaven reaches the ringside area and then walks up the steel steps and onto the apron. He then steps into the ring and steps forward. He walks over to CHBK, shaking his hand and the two trade some words. William Heaven then walks past Xander as CHBK looks around.

CHBK: “Can we cut that crap?”

The crowd roars a bit.

Knots: “They were saying that about his theme back in the day?”

Sharper: “I take it that CHBK isn’t a connoisseur of the current pop beats.”

Knots: “Never speak again Sharper. Cringe, yo.”

CHBK: “Xander, Amelia….I assume Mr. Heaven, you’re standing in for your son.”

Heaven nods.

CHBK: “Surprised he doesn’t want to be out here for this.”

Heaven puts a hand up and turns, asking for a microphone. Phillips hands him one. Heaven turns back.

Heaven: “Honestly, it’s probably for the best. The contract will be considered as what’s best for the Fall of Man.”

Heaven now at this point, glances at Xander. Xander glances back.

CHBK: “Fair enough. You are his representation.”

CHBK then turns to Dean Black.

CHBK: “Dean, if you could do the honours…”

Dean Black steps up and hands the first contract to Amelia Blythe. Blythe takes it and looks at the envelope. She opens it and slides open the contract. She takes a deep breath. Black hands the second one to Xander Valentine. Valentine just takes the contract. He then turns as Black goes to hand the third to Heaven who smiles, only to be stopped.

???: “Hold on about handing it over to him.”

The crowd boos as Blake Mason walks out from the back, dressed in a suit, microphone in his hand.

Mason: “That’s not his contract…”

Sharper: “Excuse me?”

Knots: “Mason’s losing it again…”

Heaven looks down and then looks up.

Heaven: “Mr. Mason. You know we have a meeting later tonight.”

Mason: “And I elected to just cancel it in favour of more direct dealings.”

Mason walks down the rampway as a mix of cheers and boos greet him.

CHBK: “Anyone care to explain what is going on?”

Blake Mason makes his way about halfway down the rampway.

Mason: “Well, William Heaven and I had an agreement. I was the false-safe and it was needed…Without me, that team is not victorious. And well, I need that contract to finalize something I arranged last week the moment Apocalypse went off the air.”

CHBK: “I’ve not been made aware-“

Mason: “Money talks and I elected to act fast. It’s sitting with Board approval. Boston, Massachusetts. Next week, Josh Hudson against-“

Before Mason can finish that sentence, Polly Pingotti runs down from the back and nails him from behind. Mason falls over and rolls to over to his back. Pingotti turns and stomps him over and over again before we then see Andrew Raynes running out from the back. Raynes joins Pingotti in assaulting Mason. Mason covers up as Polly drops down and hammers away on Mason’s face.

Sharper: “Mason piledrove Selena Frost! But Raynes and Pingotti also affected. They potentially could’ve still won the match!”

Knots: “And Heaven isn’t moving a muscle. Luz and Blythe are thinking about it.”

Sharper: “I know they’re thinking about the right thing. Well here goes Dean Black and Lucas Knight. Perhaps expecting some fireworks.”

Knots: “Mason didn’t….or did he?!”

Just then, we see Brittany Lohan appearing from the back as Dean Black and Lucas Knight drop down to the floor, Black first handing the final contract to CHBK. CHBK looks on as Black and Knight run over and try to get Polly Pingotti off of Mason. But as this happens, Raynes gets a few more shots in only for Brittany Lohan to spin him around and then nail him with a hard right and then another before turning and running him into the barricade!

Sharper: “Brittany Lohan, the number one contender to the SCW Underground Championship…throwing Raynes into the barricade!”

Knots: “Polly pulled off…and now, Black going over to Lohan!”

Dean Black moves over to Lohan and stands between her and Raynes. Officials run down to help Knight and Black. Meanwhile, in the ring, Heaven grabs the final contract. CHBK turns to him. Heaven nods. CHBK lets go and Heaven takes it. He then steps back and smiles. CHBK tries to salvage the moment.

CHBK: “Fans, your Trios Tournament winners….Xander Valentine, Amelia Blythe, and Billy Heaven Jr!”

Heaven smiles as he calmly exits the ring. Amelia steps forward and turns to Xander. Xander just watches as Mason slowly starts to get up, wincing. Polly snaps at him as Raynes is held back from attacking Lohan. Lohan watches both Raynes and Pingotti. Back in the ring, Xander goes to exit. CHBK then walks over to him and says something to him. Xander turns and asks something back. CHBK nods. Xander then exits the ring.

Sharper: “A wild start to Breakdown! And Mason dusting himself off. Heaven has that contract though!”

Mason turns to the ring as Heaven walks around, watching Mason. Polly keeps trying to get to Mason.

Knots: “CHBK also said something to Xander. A bit of back and forth.”

Sharper: “We’ll see Blake in action later. Same for Amelia Blythe. But this could be another chaotic night here on Breakdown in Buffalo!”

The scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

DURING THE BREAK:

We see a still of Billy Heaven Jr. standing in the backstage area.

Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown. A wild start so far, but during the break, we got a few more answers.”

Billy Heaven is talking up a crew member.

Billy Jr: “I think you need a bit of Billy in you. I’m all for the baddies and-“

Heaven: “Billy!”

We then see William Heaven walking over. The crew members walks off.

Billy Jr.: “You do what you need, pops? Can I have the contract-“

Heaven: “No. I’ll take care of it. I don’t need you wasting it on whatever you’re focused on in the moment and given what I just saw you doing.”

Billy Jr.: “Yo, dad. I can handle it. I won it for my team. I proved to be the MVP of the TT! And yo, I should get to call it-“

Heaven: “Some things are bigger than you Billy. Be happy that you’re just getting this opportunity.”

Billy Jr.: “So I carry them on my back and Blake Mason gets my contract?”

Heaven smirks.

Heaven: “We had some discussions. But what Mr. Mason neglects to consider is just like him, I am a businessman. And while we considered handing him the contract, there is no agreement. He just got ahead of himself. Now, get moving, Billy. We need to focus on tonight!”

Billy: “Whoa…relax. I can-“

Heaven: “Move!”

Billy: “Harshing my buzz, pops!”

Billy heads off as Heaven follows, pushing him down the hallway.

Sharper: “Looks like Blake Mason and William Heaven had some talking, but I struggle to see Blake being under that much of a misunderstanding.”

Knots: “Maybe he treated it like one of his marriages!”

Sharper: “Jon.”

Knots: “Just saying! Yeah, he’s cutthroat, but maybe he got lured in by the newest hot chick!”

Rayne Young vs. Chase Upshaw

“United States, Canada, Mexico, Panama,
Haiti, Jamaica, Peru,
Republic Dominican, Cuba, Caribbean,
Greenland, El Salvador, too.”

Nations of the World by Rob Paulson plays. Chase Upshaw makes his way onto the stage shouting and cursing as loud as he can. The camera and microphones catch some of the curse words, causing the networks to bleep him out.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a ten minute time limit. First, on his way to the ring, from Durham, North Carolina, he is Chase Upshaw!”

“Puerto Rico, Colombia, Venezuela,
Honduras, Guyana, and still,
Guatemala, Bolivia, then Argentina,
And Ecuador, Chile, Brazil.”

Chase starts to march his way down to the ring, flipping off a few fans along the way and mocking their complete and total lack of Geography knowledge.

“Costa Rica, Belize, Nicaragua, Bermuda,
Bahamas, Tobago, San Juan,
Paraguay, Uruguay, Suriname,
And French Guiana, Barbados, and Guam.”

Chase Upshaw slides into the ring and prepares for the match to begin.

Sharper: “Chase Upshaw may be focusing on insulting our fans here about their knowledge of geography, but he’s going to know where he was tonight, as will everyone else.”

Knots: “A legend is about to make their debut in SCW!”

“Rayne Young wants to cut his head bald, then you want to cut your head bald.”

“If Rayne Young wore a bandana, you wanna wear a bandana.”

“If Rayne Young puts a cross on his back, you wanna put crosses on your back.”

“You ain’t Rayne Young, this is Rayne Young.”

The lights dim, before pyro's explode from the stage and out from behind the curtain comes, Rayne Young.

"Oh
(Legendary)
Oh
Oh oh oh, oh oh oh, oh oh oh
Oh
Oh oh oh, oh oh oh, oh oh oh"

Opening his eyes, Rayne smirks before sauntering down the ramp lapping up the atmosphere he's created amongst the fans.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Miami, Florida, he is ‘Cobra’ Rayne Young!”

I've been a man of brutal means
Dealing out my business, it’s so obscene
I'm not crossed, just recognised
As the son of a bitch that put it right between your eyes
An unexploded ordinance
Variate the deviance
A Glasgow kiss or a Molotov
I'm about to blow it all up

Stepping up onto the apron, he pauses to look out to the SCW crowd, smirking.

Countless, broken by the horror
A hero's end is still the end
My kind won't be seen again

Let the right one in
You gotta go with the devil you know
It's a goddamn sin
You gotta go with the devil you know
I'm ready, ready to begin (You bastard)
So let the right one in
You gotta go with the devil that you know

Entering the ring, he mouths to the fans "I'M LEGENDARY" before climbing the turnbuckle, raising his arms as he looks into the crowd. Upshaw shakes his head walking around the ring in the background.

Sharper: “Rayne Young shocking the world, signing with SCW at Apocalypse and now he enters the ring and we’re going to see what he can do.”

Knots: “And Upshaw is going to find out.”

The bell sounds. Upshaw steps up to Rayne Young.

Upshaw: “I don’t care who you are. Do you even know where you are?! What county-“

Rayne Young immediately blasts him with a superkick. The crowd roars. Upshaw looks up, stunned and slowly rolls over, dazed.

Sharper: “Rayne Young just said hello!”

Upshaw slowly continues to roll over and Ryane Young grabs him and drags him up. He then pulls him up to his feet before then scooping him up and dropping him with a sidewalk slam. He pulls up on the legs.

Upshaw kicks out. He rolls over Upshaw reaches for the ropes and Rayne Young grabs him by the head. He drags him up. Rayne then looks at him.

Rayne: “You want to try it again?:”

Rayne then runs him face first into the nearby turnbuckle. He turns and Raynes nails him with a hard right and then another and another. He whips Upshaw across the ring. Upshaw hits the corner and Young runs at him, but Upshaw gets his boot up. Rayne staggers back and Upshaw runs out and drops him with the Russian Knee Strike. Rayne rolls over as Upshaw walks around the ring.

Sharper: “Upshaw buying him a moment to get back into it. That running knee gets Rayne down.”

Knots: “But he’s got to keep up with it.”

Upshaw gets up as Rayne Young looks out, touching his lip. He gets up and Upshaw grabs him and then hits a Mediterranean Neck Breaker. He goes for the pin.

Young kicks out. Upshaw gets up and grabs Young and nails him with a hard right and then another, sending him into the corner. Upshaw chops him. The crowd woos. He then whips him across the ring. Upshaw runs after, but Rayne ducks around him and grabs him and hits a snap release German suplex. Upshaw slowly turns and moves to his knees. Rayne Young runs across the ring, bounces off the ropes and hits a shining wizard. He then gets up and moves to the corner. He climbs up to the top rope. The crowd roars as Rayne looks around. He then looks at Chase Upshaw before diving off and connecting with the Death From Above!

Sharper: “Death From Above. That patented frog splash!”

Knots: “All of the weight on Upshaw. And he aint done yet!”

Upshaw turns to his side in pain as Young, holding his ribs gets up. He then looks around and grabs Upshaw by the head. He drags him up and looks around before hoisting him up onto his shoulders. He then looks around before spinning him out and into the End of Heartache! He then moves into the pin.

The bell sounds. Rayne Young rolls off and gets up.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Rayne Young!”

Sharper: “And Rayne Young making a statement.”

Knots: “And he knows he’s got his first SCW win in Buffalo!”

Rayne Young steps forward and his arm is raised. He pulls away and walks over to the ropes. He then scans the crowd as they cheer him.

Backstage, we see Polly Pingotti backstage, pacing. Jaina Lancaster heads over to her.

Jaina: “Polly, can I get a word-“

Polly: “Don’t even bother asking a question. What I did to Blake is just the start. We were going to win. We had it. Selena was there. We were worked together and he gets involved and that doesn’t just screw Selena, it screws ME!”

Polly looks at the camera.

Polly: “I had my moment. It was right there and Blake, you took it from me. You know you have a target on your back. Well, they can all get their shot, but I will get the killshot and I will make sure of everyone, you regret taking this from ME the most!”

Polly turns and storms off as Breakdown cuts away.

Shining Maidens vs. Hollywood

Radio static fizzes over the load speakers. A male voice, thickly accented, call out in monotone.

“NEMO. YUYO. SAWA. SHINY! MAIDEN! KITTY?”

A Fortune Cat appears on the screen, the arm waving as a short countdown begins: 3… 2… 1… And everything goes crazy, pink and yellow strobe lights shine out onto the crowd and stage, streamers explode from around the entrance curtains. The opening riffs of AmaLee’s cover of “No Pain No Game” from the anime Btooom! Play:

The ending of this story
I will hold it close as I wonder so aimlessly
Into this new world
(The game has only just begun)
I can see it in your eyes
This is where tomorrow brings a new game
It’s time to learn that pain is gain
Ready fight!

YUYO pops out and rolls forward, she poses. Behind her, Neko and Sakura runs out. All three pose at the top of the ramp, Neko and Sakura placing the backs of their hands under their chin while YUYO raises her arm up. They suddenly break formation, Neko and Sakura runs to opposite corners of the ramp.

I gotta crush and paint away the anguish
Of my past for sake of my future
Until my life comes to an end
I am gonna fight to tear apart that destiny

All three execute timed pelvic thrusts with chops. Meowkazawa steps out behind the three grls and claps his hands together. The Shining Maidens begin to goose march in a straight line down the ramp. Again, Sakura goes right, Neko goes left while YUYO hops up onto the apron in an amazing leap. While her compatriots roll in underneath the bottom ropes, YUYO grabs the top rope and flips over.

Aah, break out and start a revolution
Until you find the answer you’re looking for
I’ll challenge all my limits
Knowing this could be my only chance now
To overcome this fate has come over me
The ending of this story
I will hold it close as I wonder so aimlessly
Into this new world
The game has only just begun
I can see it in your eyes

YUYO drops down to her knee, and all three pose again, with finger guns held to the side of their heads like Charlie Angels. They discard their entrance attire, whatever whack unnecessary, restraining pieces of cosplay they have on that week. Meowkazawa collect their stuff while still applauding.

Knots: “These are the Shining Maidens, and for a collective of smaller, athletic women, Sharper, they sure do pack one hell of a punch.

Sharper: “YUSA is Underground Champion. YUYO is Adrenaline Champion. Could we soon see gold around the waists of the rest of the Maidens?”

A rush of paparazzi rush down either side of the ramp as a red carpet is rolled out. The sounds of Michael Jackson’s “Hollywood Tonight” begins to play as Chris and Ryan Hollywood come out from the back, prompting a shamelessly stolen trope of flashes from the cameras as they stand atop the ramp. They respond to pose instructions from the photographers as they move towards the ring. Once in the ring, they pose in the middle of the ring, back to back, as their music fades.

Knots: “And here are those two. Frankly, I have no idea what to make of them.”

Sharper: “A couple of very talented competitors, no doubt, but I agree that the jury seems to be out on what they represent. Fame, shenanigans, or both.”

Chris and Ryan Hollywood linger in the middle of the ring. They smile at the Maidens and approach with outstretched hands. YUYO, SAWA, and NEMO look at one another skeptically.

YUYO: “This is wrestling match! YUYO says fight!”

But the Maidens, both shrugging, reach out and shake their hands. They look back to YUYO who appears irritated, with arms crossly folded. Chris pulls out his cell phone and begins holding it high overhead, taking a downward angled picture with the Maidens in the background. Ryan drifts into view with a smolder and a peace sign. Then, he makes a gesture with an invisible pen, drawing a squiggle, offering his autograph!

Knots: “Well, there you have it, I guess. Hollywood has decided to mingle instead of fight. Not a bad strategy, I guess?”

Sharper: “These two men are just plain strange. Delusional might be more fitting.”

Chris advances towards YUYO, arms outstretched, gesturing for a hug. She looks absolutely appalled. She looks to her Maidens for support as she backs up a step, but catches NEMO actually smiling for a picture! SAWA continues to monitor YUYO’s stance on the matter. Before she can bark orders. Chris steps forward, smiling obnoxiously.

YUYO: “YUYO says NO HUG FOR YOU! Not welcome! Not today! Fight already! Get back!”

Chris: “Oh, come on. You’re a fan! Fans love hugs!”

Knots: “YUYO wants nothing to do with this at all.”

Sharper: “The Hollywood Boys are acting like they’re the biggest stars on planet earth! YUYO is clearly not impressed.”

Chris continues to offer a hug. YUYO listens to the chant from the crowd. She looks at the referee, who shrugs, equally confused. She sighs, exasperated, before stepping forward. She nods at the Maidens, acts as if she’s going to reciprocate the hug, then gets down and sweeps his leg with hers. At the very same time, the Shining Maidens sweep Ryan’s leg in the very same fashion! Chris slides out of the ring, holding his hip, clearly confused.

Knots: “YUYO outing herself as anti-Hollywood!”

Sharper: “How obnoxious was that? These two guys can’t possibly assume everybody is just a fan.”

SAWA begins to rain down elbows as the bell sounds. NEMO takes her place outside the ring as SAWA bounds hard off the opposite ropes and hits a diving front kick into Ryan’s chest. She kips up and tags NEMO in quick, and with enthusiasm she gets into the ring, sizing Ryan up. In harmony, SAWA sweeps the leg as NEMO delivers a discus elbow strike!

Knots: “Funky Monkey!”

Sharper: “What a strike! And a cover!”

Kick Out by Ryan, who rolls over holding his face. He uses the ropes to pull himself up. NEMO with a spinning kick to the abdomen. Elbow to the jaw now. She backs Ryan into the corner with a flurry of elbows as the ref counts her down.

Chris climbs back on the apron, looking concerned and cheering his alleged brother on. NEMO pulls Ryan into the corner and wrenches the arm. She tags in SAWA, who vaults over the top rope with a sunset flip!

Kickout by Ryan. He shakes off the offense. He starts to move towards his corner to tag in Chris. SAWA cuts him off with a rolling senton across his lower back. Ryan groans in pain, hands reaching behind to brace himself. SAWA comes back in to grab Ryan but he throws an elbow up into her ribs and throws a stiff right from the ground that drops SAWA hard. Tag in by Chris now as SAWA holds her jaw.

Chris: “You guys don’t want our autographs? Fine! Your loss! We’re just looking out for our fans!”

Ryan lifts SAWA up and holds her hands behind her back as Chris delivers a thunderous right hand that drops her again. Ryan exits the ring. Chris brings her to her feet and hits a vertical suplex and rolls into a lateral press.

2!

Kickout by SAWA!

Knots: “After a flurry of early match offense by the Shining Maidens, the boys of Hollywood have flipped this one around in a hurry.”

Sharper: “But don’t sleep on the Maidens ever. Look at YUYO! Slapping the mat and barking orders!”

Chris with a few stiff tights to SAWA. He brings her up and applies a bear hug. Frantically, SAWA tries to clap his ears. She misses and Chris drives her back into the buckle hard. Ryan tags himself in, Chris pressing her hard into the buckle. Ryan goes to the opposite side of the ring, runs, and delivers a spinning corner splash to SAWA! Cover!

2!

Kickout by SAWA, YUYO slapping the mat and cheering on SAWA. SAWA to her feet now. Ryan up and at her immediately with a belly to back suplex. He tags Chris in and send her for the ride, connecting with a perfectly executed double hip toss. Another cover as Ryan exits the ring.

Shoulder up by SAWA.

Ryan: “That’s what you get! B-listered for mistreating A-listers!”

Knots: “Ugh. These guys.”

Sharper: “Obnoxious? Definitely. Talented? Unquestionably.”

Chris with a quick scoop slam. He plays to the crowd and they respond with a mixed reaction. He leaps into the air, yelling, but misses with a leg drop! SAWA starts to collect herself and roll towards her corner. Chris comes in and grabs her leg and attempts to pull her back, but she launches him off with a stiff kick before diving and tagging in NEMO!

Knots: “Here comes the striker!”

Sharper: “A much needed tag!”

Chris doesn’t make the tag. Instead, he dives in for NEMO, who drives her knee into his abdomen. Chris doubles over. Ryan enters the ring and charges in, but NEMO sidesteps and he comes off the ropes back-first into a snap Half Nelson suplex! The crowd oh’s as Ryan rolls out of the ring, holding his head. Chris gets back up and levels NEMO with a clothesline.

Knots: “The resourceful boys of Hollywood taking their chances well.”

Sharper: “It looked like NEMO was taking control again for the Shining Maidens but the size advantage helping out Hollywood!”

Chris back on the attack now. He bounds off the ropes hard and hits a stiff shoulder block. NEMO to the mat. Chris with an immediate running shooting star press! The crowd oh’s as Chris covers!

Break-up by SAWA. Chris smirks at her as he stands up.

Knots: “A flashy move from a flashy guy. Maybe I like these guys, Sharper.”

Sharper: “There’s a lot to like about the scandalous duo.”

Chris: “Ryan! Ryan?!”

Ryan: “CHRISTOPHER!”

Chris: “Let’s finish this off and get out of here. I’ve got ops waiting.”

Ryan: “Opps? These are the opps!”

Chris: “Point taken. I mean photo ops!”

Ryan nods, gesturing to the crowd.

Chris goes to tag Ryan in as they call for the end. NEMO slips the blind tag to SAWA, then plays possum, rolled over to her side. Chris brings her into the corner for a handheld monkey flip. Ryan waits in the other corner. As NEMO is vaulted into the air, SAWA hits a springboard corkscrew cross body block on an inbound Ryan! Ryan rolls to the middle of the ring. NEMO rolls through the monkey flip, then hits a superkick on Chris, who rolls out of the ring. The Maidens size up Ryan, who comes to a knee.

The bell sounds as No Pain No Game plays throughout the arena. YUYO joins her teammates in the ring, hyping them up.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, the team of NEMO and SAWA, the SHIIIIINING MAAAAIDENS!”

Knots: “That peculiar contest is finally over, and the Maidens come out on top.”

Sharper: “A hard fought wrestling contest that — HEY! Wait a damn minute!”

Dakon Theron blindsides YUYO with a hard block that sends her out of the ring! Ludvig Eriksson levels NEMO with an elbow to the face! He picks her up in a vertical suplex position and sets her feet on Theron’s shoulders, before twisting down into a violent neckbreaker the crowd oh’s at.

Knots: “The Nation, Adam! It’s the Nation!”

Sharper: “The European Fiery Nation is out here, and it looks like they’ve got ill intent for the Shining Maidens!”

SAWA immediately launches herself onto the top of Dakon in a Thesz press, throwing violent, frantic right hands. Eriksson grabs her and flings her off onto the corner. Then, Dakon stands up and they look at each other, then SAWA, who looks ready to fight. The EFN nod at each other before Ludvig advances with a hard stomp, then a right hand of his own that drops SAWA to the ground. Dakon leaves the ring and reaches underneath it, exerting some effort to pull out a table! The crowd roars as they see the table slide under the ring, followed by Dakon, who immediately starts setting it up.

Sharper: “The European Fiery Nation is going to take a Shining Maiden out of the equation tonight! Somebody get out here and stop this! Come on!”

The bell continues to sound as security makes its way out. Ludvig pays them some heed, mouthing off to them. It gives YUYO just enough time to reach under the bottom rope and pull SAWA to safety, NEMO holding her head right behind YUYO.

Sharper: “SAWA pulled to safety, and not a second too soon. These young men have no care for her safety.”

Knots: “But look! Chris is back in the ring. He’s checking on his brother.”

Security guards frantically wave their hands at Chris, who only hand waves them.

Chris: “Give me a minute. I’ll get you a signature. Just let me make sure my brother is alright.”

Dakon sets down in his knees behind Chris. The crowd roars its approval as Ludvig stands off a little behind the table. Security continues to tell Chris to leave, but he only smirks. Then, he stands up, looking confused. A hand points behind him, and Chris turns around into the waiting arms of Dakon, who sends Chris up and over and into the arms of a running Ludvig, driving him through the table with the European United Drop! The crowd roars its approval as Chris lays in a heap among the shattered wooden pieces.

Knots: “Good lord! The Nation didn’t care who it was, but somebody was gonna get it tonight!”

Sharper: “The human body was not made for safe passage through a wooden table!”

Knots: “Tell that to all the Buffalo Bills fans out there! Welcome to Buffalo, Chris Hollywood! And welcome to the Nation!”

Dakon and Ludvig stand tall to some boos. The Shining Maidens retreat up the ramp.

Backstage, cameras find Kirsten Scott sitting on a storage crate, looking down.

Scott: “I should have known….and now even CHBK is poking that same spot. Bringing back someone like Ace Marshall. Someone who comes and goes as he pleases and does nothing to highlight what so many of us are doing.”

Scott scoffs.

Scott: “While he had every advantage to know who he was facing, I was forced to guess. And I still even got this close to beating you. Do you think this is going to stop me? Do you think the fact that Kandis, now suspended indefinitely, is going to stop what I’ve been working toward. What we were?!”

Scott shakes her head.

Scott: “No…And while Ace Marshall can have his wonderful return, it’s another slap across my face. I have not stopped from the end goal. And I will keep going for it. Jake Starr has been working with him. And he remembers the disrespect, the people who overlooked him, and he then took over this sport. And while I may not be the Only Social Misfit Remaining, I am The One. And I will get what’s mine. The main difference…I have less and less to lose!”

Scott pauses again.

Scott: “Just remember, there is only a few guarantees in life…death, taxes…and The One!”

Scott looks up as the scene slowly fades to black.

Breakdown returns with a fade to what appears to be footage recording the inside of James Marsh-Asher speaking to Deanna Frost in an not yet clear location. James Marsh-Asher sits in a kitchen chair, pad of paper on his lap. Deana Frost sits, covered by a blanket, on a floral patterned couch across from him.

Marsh-Asher: “You understand what I’m here?”

Deanna: “SCW is ensuring I am…fine? They care now?”

Marsh-Asher: “They always cared Deanna. The issue was that you went on a crusade.”

Deanna: “Sometimes it has to happen and….Enigma was going to destroy everything. SCW, me…Jessica….how is Jessica?”

Marsh-Asher: “She hasn’t spoken to you since Apocalypse?”

Deanna: “So it was her that saved me….”

Deanna trails off, looking down.

Marsh-Asher: “She was seen at the site. She apparently fled when EMTs approached her and you. She feared she would be arrested…”

Deanna: “She….she saved me. I remember the flames…and….Enigma?”

Marsh-Asher: “You’ve not watched the match.”

Deanna: “I…I really can’t. I…I’ve tried. But it seems to be the only thing I can fall asleep during. I…wasn’t sleeping at all…or much before. I…every time I closed my eyes, I’d see the flames at the pre-show. Or Jessica’s helplessness….or The Enigma taunting me….and the nightmares….”

Marsh-Asher: “We will get to all of that too. But let’s focus on one thing at a time. You say that your insomnia breaks when you try to review the match.”

Deanna: “Yeah…I turn it on. I seem me talking to Greg…the camera man…and…then I don’t. I don’t even remember much about the match, except that I was in overdrive. Adrenaline was doing everything. I just knew I had to survive.”

Marsh-Asher: “What do you remember?”

Deanna looks down while seated on the couch.

Deanna: “I remember the US Title moving…I…remember a sack….I remember using a burning log to keep him back…He crashed through the floor didn’t he? He went through…and…the house burned down. Was he?”

Marsh-Asher: “Focus.”

Deanna: “Was he found?”

Deanna’s tone shifts. He looks at Marsh-Asher who doesn’t respond, instead he just watches her.

Deanna: “Was…he…found?”

Marsh-Asher: “No.”

Deanna looks off to the side and then leans back. Her eyes can be seen darting around.

Deanna: “He…he’s trying to make me forget this. He’s still trying…Jessica…SCW….”

Marsh-Asher: “Deanna. You’re spiraling.”

Deanna looks around.

Marsh-Asher: “Just because he wasn’t found, does not mean he will come back-“

Deanna: “You don’t understand him. None of you do. That’s why….Wait…”

Deanna gets up, throwing the blanket off.

Deanna: “Wait…wait…I…I got something from him. It was in the sac.”

Marsh-Asher: “Deanna-“

Deanna: “Where is it? Where is my gear? Where….The Heart of Vail….That’s why he called it. I had it!”

Deanna storms out of the room. The video then cuts away.

We cut to a panning shot of the inside of the KeyBank Arena. The crowd cheers a bit.

Sharper: “There you saw the first bit of what was a required meeting Deanna Frost had with SCW’s newest staff member, Dr. James Marsh-Asher. And despite what you all know about Thirteen, his alter-ego, Marsh-Asher is a board-certified psychologist. And he was asked to examine Deanna.”

Knots: “And Deanna doesn’t seem to be in the best frame of mind.”

Sharper: “Why Marsh-Asher is doing this and it should be noted that Deanna Frost agreed for this footage to be shared. This is from where she has been recovering in an undisclosed residential home in Kentucky.”

An emergency siren begins to go off, as a black and grey WARNING: EXPLICIT CONTENT appears on the screen.

3-3-3-

Pyro goes off on the stage.

"ADRENALIZE ME"

The crowd roars as "Adrenalize" begins to play throughout the arena. Blue and green strobe lights begin spinning over the arena. The crowd cheers as Ace Marshall steps out on stage with Sophie James beside him. He raises his arms up at the top of the stage, before casually strolling down the ramp. Sophie throws back the hood she is wearing and makes a gesture pointing at Ace in front of a camera as if making a sell's pitch.

Sharper: “We talked about a mystery opponent at Apocalypse. CHBK said someone was returning and challenging The One Kirsten Scott. And well, that person was Ace Marshall, the former multiple time World Champion!”

Knots: “Kirsten Scott effed around. She found out. And damn it, Ace is back.”

Ace Marshall walks up the steel steps and then looks around before stepping into the ring. Sophie James steps in after before pulling out her phone and starting to film the crowd cheering Ace. She moves past Ace and Ace says something to the phone before Ace turns and goes over to the corner, grabbing a microphone waiting for him. He turns back to the middle of the ring. He looks around as the crowd roars some more. The music fades out as a “Welcome back!” chant begins. Ace turns and looks at Sophie. Sophie just nods, continuing to film it on her phone.

Sharper: “Fans happy to see Ace Marshall back in an SCW ring.”

Knots: “Looks like they’re going to make sure they remember it. I mean with everything Ace has done to himself…”

Ace continues to hear the crowd as he hen turns and shrugs and goes to raise the microphone to his mouth only to be interrupted.

”And the story goes…a young man will come…to save the universe from the forces of evil…

The voice dies down for a few moments before “I Will” by Eminem featuring KXNG Crooked, Royce da 5'9" & Joell Ortiz kicks in. Ace turns to the entrance and Sophie does too, filming this too.

“And I don't think that I can stop it, here it comes…I do my best to try to block it, redrum…I've been sipping on like, vodka, head's numb...I'm blacking out, you better watch it, it's bedlam…”

The lights come back on and Scott Reed steps out from the entrance way, the crowd looks on. Reed walks along the top of the stage before then turning to the ring and starting to head to the ring. In his hand is a microphone.

Sharper: “Scott Reed interrupting…”

Knots: “Well he took issue with Kirsten Scott getting a punishment? I mean the man clearly is a glutton for punish. Wants Selena. Wants more.”

Sharper: “He’s so desperate to prove himself and he fell shot at Apocalypse too. Luz defeating him and Marie. Reed, I know he’s frustrated.”

“I thought I heard a voice in my head that said, "Kill"
I had no other choice that was left except fill
My pencil full of poisonous lead, the devil
He wants me to murder this beat, so I will”

Reed makes his way down the ramp. He reaches the ring and goes up the ring steps. Going across the apron, he looks out at Ace before then entering the ring. He steps up right to Ace. Ace just holds a hand up, mockingly telling him to get back.

Sharper: “Right up in Ace’s face!”

Knots: “Ace is even telling him to back up a bit.”

Reed: “I’m not going anywhere Ace.”

The crowd looks on.

Reed: “You come back, come back to face Kirsten Scott, someone I beat!”

Reed pauses.

Reed: “And you come back and get this time to be out here. I…I don’t even know what to say Ace.”

Ace: “Keep going. Try it on.”

Ace looks around as Scott Reed looks at him.

Reed: “This isn’t a joke. I…I should be challenging for the US Championship. I WANTED that match. And I screwed up! I screwed up again. And…I keep getting slapped in the face. I’m just a Road Agent. I’m just Beard-“

Ace: “Oh! Hey! Beard!”

Reed: “Stop it Ace….I…..we used to do things together. I…I thought I’d lose my penis thanks to what we went through at that resort!”

The crowd roars.

Knots: “What?”

Ace just nods.

Reed: “I don’t even know what the hell I’m doing out here. This is your return. They want to see you. I…Fuck!”

A bleep comes late as the crowd roars.

Ace: “Easy there, Scotty. Leave the f-bombs to the pros.”

Reed: “More jokes…”

Ace: “Scott…come here.”

Ace wraps his arm around Scott.

Ace: “Sophie…just stand over there. You’re probably making him nervous-“

Scott pulls away.

Reed: “I’m not joking. I’m not screwing around. I….I just want my shot. A chance. I beat Kirsten Scott, bloodied her here. I won at Rise to Greatness, Ace. And yet-“

Reed pauses.

Ace: “Look, I hear they’ve got a shrink and-“

Reed: “I don’t need a shrink. I need CHBK to get off his old ass and see there are new faces like me looking for the chance to punch through. Polly, me-“

Ace turns to Sophie.

Ace: “Damn Millenials-“

Reed: “Ace! I want to face you!”

Ace smirks and nods.

Ace: “Well, I’ve been back for not even fifteen minutes and you young whipper-snappers are coming after me.”

Reed: “I want to face you. You’re a former World Champion. I want to kick your ass and prove myself! If Kirsten Scott gets you for a punishment, I want you for a reward!”

Ace: “You found yourself some balls, Scott.”

Reed looks right at Ace.

Ace: “Even dropped an f-bomb on live television. The FCC already is trying to find out how to own your ass while Christian America has now labeled you the new anti-christ!”

Ace smirks.

Ace: “You won’t be at my level Scott. But let’s see what you can do in the ring.”

Ace pats Scott on the head. Scott swats his head away.

Ace: “Don’t worry, just making sure you’re good and angry, Beard. I mean if we’re going to do this…I don’t want you to fall short like you did at Apocalypse.”

Ace leans forward.

Ace: “Thanks Buffalo for the welcome back. And Scott…well, we’ll see if Apocalypse was a fluke.”

Ace then pats Scott on the back. Sophie walks past, filming Scott. Scott just takes a deep breath as Ace steps through the ropes and to the floor. Sophie follows. “Adrenalize Me” plays.

Sharper: “That was relatively mild for Ace’s standards.”

Knots: “They were friends, or….what were they. I’m still on the…Scott did what?”

Sharper: “We don’t need to repeat that, but Scott Reed trying to find his moment. Trying to push himself. He wanted Selena in the Trios. He wanted the US title shot. He’s fallen short. Is he trying to take on too much.”

Knots: “Ace will take advantage of that. But I also can’t see him just holding back against him!”

Ace Marshall and Sophie James head up the rampway. Scott Reed turns and watches them leave as the scene cuts away.

COMMERCIALS

James Evans vs. Colleen McDonald

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot, followed by a few girls giggling. But before “C’est La Vie” by B*Witched can even begin, Colleen steps out onto the stage from the backstage area, wearing her normal all-black ring gear. Colleen does a cutthroat signal. The music turns off as she stands still and waits until the beginning of “How Far I’ll Go” by Auli’i Cravalho begins to play. Colleen nods once before beginning to slowly head down the entrance ramp. The crowd does keep their eyes on her as she looks straight down at the ring. She keeps going until she arrives down at the ring. Not quickening her pace, she steps up the steel ring steps and climbs over the top rope to get into the ring. Once inside she does look around the arena. She simply approves of her surroundings before she turns to the stage and begins to warm up that one last bit, intensity in her dark eyes.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first already in the ring, from Orderville, Utah, representing Body, Heart and Soul… Colleen MacDonald!”

The look in Colleen’s eyes doesn't change. Her eyes don’t leave the stage.

Sharper: “Colleen has been here with us in SCW for long enough now that we all know she is always business. That is abundantly clear tonight as she is about to take on yet another former multi-time World Champion here in SCW.”

Knots: “Business is all well and good, but her opponent has a business agenda of his own.”

The opening of “Shot from a Cannon" can be heard blaring through the PA system. The camera pans through the curtain as the face of James Evans appears, igniting a negative reaction from the crowd, as they shower him in jeers. The camera remains on James as he breaks through the curtain. The boos intensify as James looks out at the crowd.

"Ten minutes in he's sweating
Should I have asked for more than fame?
Ignore that beast, he's smiling
It's not 'til next New Year's Eve"

James slowly makes his way to the ring, as images of him winning various championships and hitting various moves appear on the screen. He reaches the ring, staring at it and shaking his head up at Colleen.

"Wish I could get that list
Yes, I would burn that list
Down he goes"

James then makes his way up the ring steps, before turning and facing the crowd, who continue to boo.

"Set him down to a real life failure
Held fast like the field mice, been there
Give a nod as if he knows, come round
Dead last with a drumroll when the dam blows"

He then goes to the corner and sits on the top turnbuckle, his back to the crowd, as the screen shows James lifting the SCW World title above his head, as his music comes to an end.

Sharper: “Yes, the Fall of Man definitely wants to have SCW reshaped in their own image, an image where James Evans himself could end up as SCW World Champion again. I for one hope that doesn’t happen, but it’s a wait and see.”

Knots: “For James this is only the beginning and well, Colleen here definitely has a history with one of James’s followers, that being our SCW Television Champion, Waylon Creek.”

Sharper: “She was the first one to actually push Waylon, but ultimately fell victim to the same move that has put down so many.”

Knots: “The Canary. Colleen I’m sure will be on the lookout for Creek here tonight. Not to mention YUSA who she really ticked off at Apocalypse.”

Sharper: “Shouldn’t need bodyguards to do your dirty work. Even James Evans isn’t stooping that low. But whatever, here we go.”

DING DING DING!

The bell rings and both James and Colleen stare at one another. The referee goes to James and checks him for weapons but he doesn’t have any. He goes to Colleen too who keeps her hands up in the air. Finding her empty as well, the referee gives them the go-ahead.

Knots: “I guess we can’t be too careful nowadays, especially with what the Enigma has pulled. You never know. Maybe it should be done at the beginning of every match.”

Sharper: “Maybe.”

Colleen circles James before going in towards him. He immediately uncorks an uppercut, but Colleen dodges it just in the nick of time. Upon catching nothing but air, Colleen lands a punch right to the upper gut of James. All this does is infuriate James as he clubs Colleen right in the back. Colleen teeters but she doesn’t fall, instead picking her head up and going around James’s back. She wraps her arms around him, but James is a little bit stronger, thus he is able to break out of her clutches. Despite him breaking away from her, Colleen is able to deliver a roundhouse kick that lands flush to James’s stomach. James clutches at it before running right at her. Colleen’s reaction time isn’t as good this time and James runs her right into the nearest turnbuckle. The crowd ohs as Colleen winces as her back hits the corner. James rears his right arm back and then rams his elbow right into Colleen’s gut, which finally gets Colleen to drop down in the corner.

Knots: “This is not where you want to be if you’re Colleen, heck, if you’re anybody for that matter.”

James holds his elbow in there, but when he goes to grind it to weaken Colleen more, it’s like a lightswitch flips on in Colleen’s head. She reaches her hands up, grabs James’s head, and shoves it to the right, right in between the top and middle ropes. This gives Colleen time to get back up to her feet. As James takes himself out of the ropes and turns around, it is now that he realizes that Colleen is right behind him but it’s too late as she this time has her arms wrapped very tightly around him. She goes to bring him up into the air, but James blocks it. He goes to rip away at Colleen’s hands again, but it doesn’t happen this time. Colleen uses her bubbling anger and strength to lift James partially up before uncorking him with a fallaway slam.

The crowd does cheer for Colleen upon seeing this.

Sharper: “Couldn’t get him all the way up for full impact, but has definitely gotten separation from him now, which she needs.”

Knots: “No kidding. That’s a feat even getting someone bigger than you part of the way up.”

Sharper: “Perhaps James underestimated her. Many have seemed to do that. Including his own mentor, our current World Champion.”

It takes some time, but both combatants begin to come back up to their feet, Colleen fully getting their first. She doesn’t waste the advantage either, piling right into James with a spear. After going down, James is smart and rolls under the bottom rope and out to the apron. He then drops down to the floor and points his left finger at his head, telling Colleen that he’s way smarter than that. Colleen upon getting up again kicks at the bottom rope. The referee tells James to get back in the ring. When he walks around on the outside for a few seconds, the referee begins a 10 count.

James rolls his eyes and comes back into the ring on the far side. Colleen goes to run at him to land another punch, but James sidesteps her, uses her momentum against her as Colleen comes off the nearest rope, grabs a hold of her by the neck, and hits Colleen with a uranage slam that puts Colleen flat on her back. The crowd boos noisily as James just stands there looking down at his victim. He even kicks Colleen in the side once before looking like he is about to put his foot on her stomach for a potential three count. However Colleen rolls away before he can even do that.

Sharper: “That looked like he was about to blatantly disrespect her.”

Knots: “He’s James Evans. He doesn’t care. He only cares about molding things into his own image. Get with the program Adam.”

Sharper: “No kidding.”

Colleen begins to stand up but James meets with her a few potent jabs that push Colleen back up against the nearest set of ropes. She snarls at him and then does something he doesn’t expect. She headbutts him which gets him to back off. Colleen is seething as she raises her arm and goes to take his head off, but James catches her by the arm and begins to force her down to the mat, much like how Waylon Creek has done to many with his fingers. Colleen is seen shaking but she doesn’t go down. She instead rams her head right into James’s gut, which doubles James over. Colleen breaks away, picks up a little steam, bounces off the far side ropes and when she comes back, James has lifted his head and catches a clothesline that has a lot of punch behind it! James goes down as the crowd for the first time really begins to get behind her. She then does something uncharacteristic and hops up onto the bottom rope. Not hesitating, she hops off and ends up dropping her butt right on James’s chest. Colleen reaches to her left with her left hand, pulling up James’s leg for an unconventional cover.

James rises up pretty easily being Colleen isn’t pinning his shoulders down. He then shoves her off of him. Colleen stands back up immediately as does James and both are looking really hard at one another now.

Sharper: “If she didn’t have his full attention before, I think she has it now.”

Knots: “Yeah. That might not be a good thing!”

James is now the aggressor as he plows right into Colleen, forcing her back into the near corner. It’s here where he clubs her a few times. Colleen covers up. The referee comes over and begins a five count once he realizes the clubbing blows aren’t stopping.

Fi-

The referee stops counting as James backs off for a brief moment before going back in for a few more shots. Colleen responds with a couple of shots on her own, trying to fight her away again out of the corner. As she does a little bit, James grabs her by the neck and drops her straight down to the canvas. The referee admonishes James but James doesn’t care as he now steps on Colleen’s right arm which gets Colleen to cry out. Colleen kicks away with her legs. The referee cuts in and tells James he will disqualify him if he does that again. James again shows that he doesn’t care but does back off, but only for a second before he goes to step on Colleen’s forehead. Colleen however sees it coming and rolls away just in time. She rolls out of the ring, backs up to the crowd barrier and pounds the crowd barrier with her left fist in frustration as she screams out a second time.

Sharper: “Well a very angry Colleen might not be a good thing either!”

She seethes again as James stares a hole through her. Colleen can’t take it anymore as she dislodges the top half of one of the set of ring steps. James almost grins, knowing now that he has gotten inside her head. The referee yells at Colleen to put them down. She lifts up the part of the ring steps above her head before she tosses them aside. She then points into the ring at James, rolls in under the bottom rope and scrambles to her feet. James invites her in. Colleen runs at him, but James dodges and with poise grabs for and gets Colleen’s head into his clutches. He then hooks his left arm around her and brings her down to the canvas, again flat on her back. This time he doesn’t hesitate at all and doesn’t care if the referee will punish him or not. He Garvin Stomps Colleen right in her forehead as the crowd ohs and boos. The referee warns him again. James shrugs it off and this time leans down and scoops Colleen up. He then climbs to the nearest top turnbuckle.

Sharper: “Colleen in major trouble here.”

Knots: “All the anger in the world doesn’t matter here. Not when you are about to experience the Fall of Abel.”

James puts Colleen’s head right between his legs up top and has no remorse in hitting the power bomb from off the top rope. Colleen’s back lands hard on the canvas and James is in perfect pinning position.

Knots: “Yeah, she’s dead.”

The-

Colleen somehow turns enough to get her shoulders up off the mat. The crowd can’t believe it. James can’t believe it.

Knots: “... What?!?!? How did she have the wherewithal to get her shoulders up after that?”

Sharper: “She found something deep I guess. Colleen is obviously as sick and tired of being disrespected as her comrade Polly is.”

James lets go of Colleen’s legs. Colleen slithers away and uses the nearest set of ropes to stand up. James reloads and then comes at her, putting his two fingers on Colleen’s forehead before he looks to go for the Onslaught, but Colleen reaches up and grabs at James’s two fingers, beginning to twist them. She yells out really loud.

Colleen: “Keep those dirty fingers off me scumbag!!!”

James rears up to go for the bullhammer from his left elbow, but Colleen lets go of the two fingers from James’s right hand in time to block the bullhammer. She shoves off and then shoves him a second time extra hard. She then runs at him and rams him hard into the far corner. James can’t believe the extra fight in her. As his back hits the corner, he crumples down. Colleen is growling as she runs towards him, turns and absolutely nails James with the Facewarmer. James looks dazed but the look in Colleen’s eyes tells the story. She turns around and then goes in again, plastering him in the corner with a second Facewarmer. The referee warns Colleen now to get James out of the corner. She grunts in frustration as she begins to do so but her attention is quickly diverted.

The opening strains of Fozzy's "Ugly" come across the PA and electric/punk/neon green spotlights roam around the stage for a few seconds before the Brilliant Sun Princess, the SCW Underground Champion, YUSA comes out from the back and appears on the stage.

Sharper: “Uh oh, we have company. We saw how crazy things got at Apocalypse.”

YUSA’s bodyguards emerge from the back now and YUSA points for them to head to the ring.

YUSA: “Attack!!!”

YUSA just stays up on the stage and surveys the scene. Colleen turns as YUSA’s bodyguards slither into the ring, all three of them surrounding her. James is getting back up to his feet and it looks like he definitely wants to continue going after Colleen. Just as he is about to go after her, YUSA’s bodyguards all swarm Colleen at the same time as the referee calls for the bell. Each of the three hit Colleen from all angles with kickboxing moves that put her completely down onto the canvas. James sees his opening now, runs right between the bodyguards and drills Colleen with the Wish You Hell punt kick before he leaves the ring, with anger but also a nasty grin on his face. Colleen looks almost out of it. The crowd's boos amplify at James’s actions as one of YUSA’s bodyguards lifts Colleen up enough so Colleen’s face can be seen. Colleen spits up into their face and begins to try to fight her way out of his clutches, which is when “Wish It Away” by Psyko Dalek plays. David Striker comes running down the ramp, followed not too far behind by Chris Dumont and Aisling Reed.

Sharper: “The cavalry's here but it’s too late. Damage was done there!”

Knots: “Eh, Colleen’s a tough woman. She can take it and so much more. She’s not made of glass, as we all know.”

YUSA dodges them all, hopping down off the stage and standing by the crowd barrier. Her bodyguards scurry out of the ring as David, Chris, and Aisling all slide in. David really pounds the mat in frustration as Chris and Aisling check on Colleen. All four of them sneer out at the bodyguards. YUSA however doesn’t see a fan wearing a purple hooded sweatshirt hop the crowd barrier from right behind her. A camera turns that way and YUSA can see herself up on the big screen. She has a shocked look on her face as she hops back up onto the wrestler ramp as some members of SCW security come down to where the fan that hopped the barrier is. Upon seeing the SCW security, the person lowers their hood to reveal Marissa Swanson.

Knots: “Marissa?! She’s not even supposed to be here! Doesn’t have a contract! And after everything she’s done to Polly?

Sharper: “Yeah! Get her out of here!”

James Evans looks over in her direction as Marissa is led out by SCW security with no fuss at all. James then looks over at YUSA’s bodyguards who cost him an opportunity to win the match over Colleen. His eyes then turn to the quartet in the ring. Everyone looks either really angry or really on edge as the scene inside the arena fades out.

Breakdown returns as we see William Heaven talking to James Evans who clearly looks annoyed. Jaina Lancaster heads over to them.

Jaina: “William Heaven…James-“:

Heaven turns to Jaina.

Heaven: “I don’t know what you’re going to ask but we’re not going to give you the answer you want.”

Evans then steps forward.

Evans: “Let’s just say that SCW reminded us what our purpose is. And clearly some people don’t recognize that we are the threat around here. Just reminds us of everything I know I fought for.”

Jaina: “I don’t know if that….YUSA and Colleen-“

Heaven: “Unlike my son, I have no intention to flatter you. We have big aims. And what happened out there…it’s just another reminder. Later tonight, you’ll know what we mean.”

At this point though, Blake Mason then comes into view with Brittany Lohan alongside him.

Blake: “William…”

Heaven looks up as Jaina steps back. Heaven smiles a bit.

Heaven: “Blake. Seems we have business too.”

Blake: “Seems like you need a reminder of what I am capable of. Do you really want to play this game with me?”

James steps up. Brittany does in response.

Heaven: “Do you think I see this as a game? You’re the one who acted without things in writing.”

Blake: “Fair. But I also have no problem showing how I can make sure the disrespect you suffered out there was minor.”

Evans: “Blake. You’ve always been a jackass. And you’re the one who now has everyone on you when you want to be World Champion.”

Blake: “James…this is between me and him.”

Lohan steps up.

Blake: “Brittany…not going to waste your services on them. Let’s see what they have planned. But Heaven, you have until the end of the night to give me that contract. I held up my end, even if I enjoyed doing it nonetheless. If not, I will make you regret it.”

Blake turns and walks off with Brittany Lohan. James Evans and William Heaven watch him leave. Jaina looks on too.

Sapphire Taylor vs. Glory Braddock

“Smile” by Avril Lavigne hits the arena and out walks Sapphire Taylor to some boos from the crowd. She looks at the crowd as she continues on her way to the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a ten minute time limit. First, on her way to the ring, from Mt. Diablo, California, she is Sapphire Taylor!”

She scoffs at the crowd and makes her way to the ring, giving the crowd a side eye as she walks up the stairs and gets into the ring.

Sharper: “Sapphire Taylor, a newcomer in SCW, going to have a tough test tonight.”

Knots: “Glory Braddock aint going to be a walk in the park for anyone. So I hope she’s ready.”

Sharper: “Meanwhile, still unsure who attacked Taylor backstage a few weeks ago. Nothing further has been discovered there.”

Knots: “What’s weird is Sapphire doesn’t even seem too angry about it? Wouldn’t you want revenge?”

The first chords of "Immortal" by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play over the PA system...

Phillips: “And her opponent, from London, England, she is The British Bombshell, Glory Braddock!”

Glory Braddock steps out onto the stage, wearing her ring gear consisting of purple spandex pants, boots, and a purple top. She really does look like a million bucks and grins from ear to ear, gazing out at the crowd for a moment before making her way down the entrance ramp.

I come alive at the second of midnight
So I can fly when the world is asleep
You scream and howl as I'm taking the first bite
Blood on my tongue tastes of eternity

People will come and go
Some stories never told
They bury me down below
But I'll never die
'Cause I'm immortal
Yes, immortal

The British Bombshell steps up the steel steps and then onto the ring apron. She poses momentarily on the apron, allowing people to take snapshots before stepping through the ropes and into the ring.  Once in the ring Glory heads to the center of the ring and poses once more. Then the music dies down slowly...

Sharper: “Braddock meanwhile has her eyes on the Adrenaline Champion. From Trios Tournament partners to now being rivals.”

Knots: “So YUYO thinks highly of herself. You don’t think Glory doesn’t?”

Sharper: “It’s more the how. YUYO blames Glory and Gavin Taylor for their elimination in the tournament. And Glory Braddock wants to see how good YUYO is.”

The bell sounds as Glory and Sapphire watch one another and then lock up in the middle of the ring. Glory turns and moves into a side wristlock. Sapphire winces and Glory wrenches it again. Sapphire winces and then flips forward and nips up and Glory quickly pulls her in for a headlock takedown.

Sapphire kicks out and turns her hips. Both start to get up and Sapphire forearms Glory in the ribs before attempting again only to shove Glory off. Glory bounces off and Sapphire steps up only for Glory to shoulder her down. Glory runs into the ropes. Sapphire pops up and drops down. Glory cartwheels over and stops. Sapphire gets up and Glory hits an arm drag into an arm bar.

Sharper: “Glory right now just every step ahead of the young daredevil.”

Knots: “Experience can get ahead of everyone. You know what to expect and Glory has seen it all and we can say, in SCW, has done it all.”

Sharper: “She is a Supreme Champion, having won every title in SCW.”

Glory holds on as Sapphire starts to pull herself up and Glory then kicks her in the ribs and whips her into the ropes. Sapphire bounces off. Glory goes for a back drop. Sapphire jumps up and twists, backflipping down Glory’s back. Glory goes for a back elbow. Sapphire ducks under and jumps to the middle rope and hits a flying forearm shot. Glory hits the mat. She starts to get up and Sapphire quickly dives to her and nails her in the side. Glory drops down to the mat and Sapphire gets a few hard forearm shots to the jaw, nailing Glory over and over before getting up and stomping her a couple of times for good measure. Glory moves to the apron and starts to get up. Sapphire runs into the ropes, bouncing off and then jumps to the middle rope and dives back with a gamengiri to the face of Glory, knocking her to the floor.

Sharper: “And there’s that quickness. Sapphire Taylor off the ropes and hits Glory square in the face.”

Knots: “She’s not done!”

Sapphire gets up as Glory stirs on the floor. (1) She slowly gets up and Sapphire runs across the ring, bounces off and then dives through the ropes with a plancha before somersaulting into Glory. The crowd roars. (1) Sapphire Taylor smirks as she gets up.

Sharper: “And Glory Braddock just took Sapphire Taylor straight on. That somersault plancha.”

Knots: “Sapphire Taylor wasn’t going to turn down that opportunity.”

Glory rolls over. (2) Sapphire turns and grabs her and drags her up. (3) She then rolls her into the ring. Sapphire pulls herself onto the apron and Glory rolls over. Sapphire then slingshots into the ring and hits a flipping leg drop to Braddock. She goes for the pin.

Glory kicks out. She rolls over and stirs. Sapphire grabs her and drags her up. She hits a couple of forearm shots to Glory, sending her into the corner. Sapphire then grabs her and goes to whip her across, but Glory spins through and sends Sapphire into the corner. Glory runs after. Sapphire hits her with a boot. She then climbs up to the middle rope. She dives off and goes for a flip, presumably going for a blockbuster. Glory moves out of the way. Sapphire lands on her feet and spins around and then Glory kicks her in the ribs and hits a DDT for good measure. Sapphire rolls over.

Sharper: “Sapphire looked to be taking from Glory’s playbook.”

Knots: “I don’t know about that. Glory’s playbook is older than Sapphire!”

Sharper: “And Glory made her pay. Spike DDT.”

Sapphire turns and starts to get up, using the ropes. Glory comes up behind her and hoists her up and drops her with a snap back suplex. Glory rolls over and gets up and runs into the ropes. She bounces off and hits a running elbow drop. She gets up and drags Sapphire up and then hooks her up and hits a snap suplex. Glory gets up and drags Sapphire up. Sapphire reaches for the ropes, but Glory pulls her in and whips her into the ropes. Sapphire bounces off and Glory hits a dropkick. She gets up and turns and exits to the apron. Glory looks around and climbs up to the top rope. Sapphire slowly gets up and runs at her, but Glory blocks her and nails her with a hard right and then another before Sapphire steps back and Glory hits the Prankster’s Paradise. Glory gets back up and then turns and rolls Sapphire over to her stomach before hooking her legs and locking in an STF.

Sharper: “Braddock turning it up a notch.”

Knots: “And since that attempted blockbuster, I think Sapphire owes her money. Royalties or something.”

Sharper: “Now the STF.”

Knots: “Extracting interest through pain.”

Sapphire reaches out as the official checks on her. Glory pull back as Sapphire reaches around. She tries to move closer to the ropes. Glory holds on as Sapphire gets closer and closer to the ropes and slides herself and Glory to the ropes. She grabs the bottom rope.

Glory gets her shoulder up. She rolls over and Sapphire grabs her and kicks her in the ribs. She then runs behind Glory and runs over and goes up for the Sparkling DDT, but Glory shakes free. Sapphire lands on her feet and then runs at Glory who kicks her in the ribs and hits the Beautiful Insanity. Glory rolls over, holding her lower back.

Sharper: “Glory caught Taylor who had done some damage.”

Knots: “Getting a hundred plus pounds to your lower back tends to tweak things.”

Sharper: “Braddock takes Sapphire over with the Beautiful Insanity. But Glory thinking more.”

Glory exits to the apron and climbs up to the top rope. She then looks over at Sapphire and dives off with the London Plunge. She crawls forward and hooks the leg.

Sapphire kicks out. Sapphire rolls over and winces and Glory grabs her and pulls her up. She then kicks her in the ribs. She scoops her up and Sapphire manages to slide behind her and runs into the ropes. She then bounces off and Glory jumps up, catching her as she goes for a flying clothesline. Glory rolls through and then moves her into position, locking in the Shekinah Glory! Sapphire struggles for a moment as Glory locks it in further. Taylor starts to fade, falling to her side and then reaching out before going limp. The official comes in and checks in and then calls for the bell. The bell sounds. Glory lets go and rolls back. The crowd cheers.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via submission, Glory Braddock!”

Sharper: “Glory Braddock catching Sapphire Taylor and then promptly putting her out with the Shekinah Glory.”

Knots: “Taylor had no chance. The moment that hold was locked, good bye. Nighty-night.”

Glory slowly gets up and looks around as her music plays. The official raises her arm as Glory then turns and heads over to the corner. She motions for Jason Phillips to come over. Phillips does and Glory asks for the microphone. Phillips obliges, handing her one. Glory turns back to the ring and looks around. Sapphire Taylor stirs.

Braddock: “YUYO!”

The crowd roars a bit as Braddock looks around.

Braddock: “I hope you were watching. Because she’s just as young, just as fast….less annoying…”

Braddock looks at Sapphire as the crowd roars a bit.

Braddock: “And I handled her. YUYO…you can claim you’re the third best wrestler all you want from Taking Hold of the Flame. You managed to get buy Bree and that’s an accomplishment. But I will be the reality check on your rise, YUYO. Your Adrenaline Championship will be mine come Under Attack!”

Braddock brings the microphone down. Her music returns as Glory Braddock exits the ring and drops down to the floor.

Sharper: “Simple, to the point.”

Knots: “YUYO hopefully was watching. Did a great job of that a couple of weeks ago on Breakdown when she and the Maidens didn’t help Bree Lancaster!”

Glory starts to head to the back.

Backstage, YUYO watches on the monitor in the Shining Maidens locker room.

YUYO: “What is up with that? Speaking bad of YUYO. I was the hero of our team!”

Meowkazawa: “I know, YUYO, but sometimes people don’t understand your efforts. Egos and what not.”

YUYO: “Shining Maidens are taking over. We have TWO titles-“

NEMO: “Although, I’d love to know what YUSA was thinking.”

The camera pans back as SAWA and NEMO stand watching. NEMO has her arms across her chest.  YUSA then walks over from off camera.

YUSA: “What is your problem? You won. It didn’t effect you.”

NEMO: “You having your bodyguards attack half the roster could. And we already have to deal with Shinigami Foundation who still can’t understand we are better than them. Tactically, and in the ring…”

YUSA: “You attacked them at Apocalypse.”

SAWA: “For justice!...right?”

YUSA: “And I did the same. Park, Kim and Lee all wanted to get the taste of embarrassment out of their mouths. When they were jumped at Apocalypse. And I was happy to help, along with teaching Colleen that she needs to get my name out of her mouth. I won. She didn’t. And she attempted to stop our glorious mission!”

YUYO: “It’s true! She tried to stop us from getting more SCW gold.”

YUSA: “Sometimes the best way forward is to send a message. YUSA is a proud Underground Champion and competitor. Colleen is a sad person who cannot understand she fell short. And then David Striker and his slanderous comments.”

Meowkazawa: “He has asked for a title shot.”

YUSA: “He fell short too. Brittany Lohan is my next challenger. I will prepare for her. Just as we know you will YUYO, against Glory.”

NEMO: “Seem quite confident.”

SAWA: “Well, yes, we’re fighting for TRUTH and JUSTICE!”

NEMO: “SAWA…this is more than that-“

YUSA: “Is it? Are we not talented?”

YUYO: “TRUTH!”

YUSA: “Are we not fighting for justice? For respect?”

YUYO: “JUSTICE! RESPECT! You’re doing us proud YUSA. NEMO, SAWA, you should follow her lead.”

NEMO: “She just said she was following ours-“

YUYO: “EXPLOSION! Shining Maidens taking over!”

SAWA: “Ye-“

YUYO: “And we need to get revenge on those bakas for destroying my staff.”

Meowkazawa: “We’ll see what can be arranged.”

YUYO: “EXPLOSION!”

YUYO throws her arms up as the scene cuts away.

Josh Hudson & Bree Lancaster vs. Shinigami Foundation

"Duality” blares through the PA system.

"I push my fingers into my eyes..."

The cameras show the crowd who begin cheering before zooming in at the entrance way, where Josh Hudson steps out, holding the SCW World Championship.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a thirty minute time limit. First, on his way to the ring, from New York City, New York, he is the SCW World Champion, Josh Hudson!”

"It's the only thing that slowly stops the ache
But it's made of all the things I have to take
Jesus, it never ends, it works it's way inside
If the pain goes on...I'm not gonna make it!"

He wears a sleeveless black hoodie as he slowly makes his way down the ramp. He reaches the bottom of the ramp, and he looks out to the crowd before making his way up the ring steps and climbs into the ring.

"I have screamed until my veins collapsed
I've waited as my time's elapsed
Now, all I do is live with so much hate
I've wished for this, I've bitched at that
I've left behind this little fact
You cannot kill what you did not create
I've gotta say what I've gotta say
And then, I swear, I'll go away
But I can't promise you'll enjoy the noise
I guess I'll save the best for last
My future seems like one big past
You're left with me 'cause you left me no choice..."

He goes to the bottom right-hand corner, climbing to the top rope.

"I push my fingers into my eyes
It's the only thing that slowly stops the ache
If the pain goes on
I'm not gonna make it!!!"

Hudson is shown staring out at the crowd once again, as he lifts both fists into the air, earning more cheers before he climbs down and leans into the turnbuckle, waiting for the match to begin.

Sharper: “Josh Hudson retaining the World Title at Apocalypse against Amy Chastaine in a hell of a match between the two of them. And now, stepping into the ring tonight, teaming with his girlfriend, Bree Lancaster, to get a bit of revenge for what Shinigami Foundation tried to do against her two weeks ago.”

Knots: “Yeah, but in the process, Shinigami wins and this is a huge night. You just beat the World Champion and the former Adrenaline Champion!”

The lights dim, only a few small ones on the stage as the voice of Bree Lancaster whispers:

“I am the light of the truth
The one who sees right through”

A guitar riff plays as the small lights dance around the stage, then suddenly stop, as one large beam shines down onto the figure of Bree herself.

“Spotlight”

The smaller lights begin again swirling as the music of “Spotlight” by Fozzy kicks in and Bree makes her way down the ramp.

Phillips: “His partner, from New Orleans, California, she is Bree Lancaster!”

[I am the light of the truth, The one who sees right through
I know your every move, I got my eye on you
Go on and bury it down, I follow you 'til it's out
I got my eye on you, I got my eye on you]

Bree smiles at the front row fans as she gets to the ring and goes up the steps, stepping through the ropes. She goes to a corner and gets on the second turnbuckle, posing with one hand up overhead. The crowd cheers.

[You're the wicked, I'm a sharp knife
Shining on you like a spotlight
I'm a witness, I'm a dark night]

The lights go down, and one beam shines on Bree in the corner.

[You're a sickness, I'm your spotlight]

The lights come up and Bree hops down as the music fades out. Bree joins Josh in the corner. The two talk.

Sharper: “Bree Lancaster meanwhile hoping this will allow her to move on from this saga with YUYO. Caught in this issue with the Shinigami Foundation due to their issues with the Shining Maidens.”

Knots: “Well she wishes she was Adrenaline Champion too!”

Sharper: “Very true, but YUYO able to weather her challenge at Apocalypse.”

“Never Gonna Stop (The Red Red Kroovy)” by Rob Zombie plays as the crowd boos. A few moments pass before Jamison Frost walks out from the back. He smirks and looks at the ring before Wil Pierce and Alex Belmont walk out from the back. They look at the ring as the crowd boos them some more. They look around before Frost turns to them and says something. Belmont and Pierce then storm to the ring.

Phillips: “Their opponents, accompanied by Jamison Frost, they are the team of Wil Pierce and Alex Belmont, they are the Shinigami Foundation!”

The team storms to the ring and pulls themselves up onto the apron. Pierce and Belmont then walk around the ring as Frost looks across, smiling. Pierce and Belmont turn back to one another as they talk.

Sharper: “Shinigami Foundation already making its presence felt tonight. They are looking to make waves and in the sense, people don’t want it.”

Knots: “We know they have issues with the Maidens, with Hollywood, with EFN, now Bree and Josh. They are taking a scattershot approach. Declaring war on everyone.”

The bell sounds as Alex Belmont starts as Bree does too. The two circle and both lunge at one another. Bree ducks under Alex and into a waistlock. Belmont spins through himself and Bree then does again before then moving into a snapmare. Belmont ends up in a seated position. Bree forearms him in the back and then grabs him by the head and locks in a side headlock. She pulls back. Belmont reaches around and pulls her into the ropes and fires her off. She bounces off and Belmont steps up to grab her. Bree slides under his arms and gets up. Belmont turns and Bree forearms him in the jaw and then hits him a second time. She goes for a discus forearm, but Belmont ducks. Bree spins around and Belmont kicks her in the ribs. He fires her into the neutral corner. Bree hits the corner. Belmont runs after and Bree gets a boot up. She then runs out and hits a dropkick. Belmont hits the mat.

Sharper: “Bree with the early advantage. Nice dropkick.”

Knots: “And Belmont and Lancaster picking up where they were last week. Just right back into it.”

Belmont gets up and Bree drags him over to Hudson and tags in Hudson. Hudson enters and kicks him in the ribs. Belmont winces and Hudson nails him with a hard right. Belmont falls to the ropes. Hudson whips him across the ring. He bounces off and Hudson goes for a knee to the ribs. Belmont flips forward. Hudson goes for the pin.

Belmont rolls over and moves to the ropes. Hudson grabs him and Belmont elbows him in the ribs once and then before turning and spinning him around and throwing him through the ropes to the floor, near the Shinigami corner. Hudson turns back to the ring. (1) Belmont grabs the top rope and hits a slingshot baseball slide to Hudson’s face. Hudson falls back. (2) Belmont gets up and tags in Pierce. (3) Pierce drops down and runs over to Hudson and clotheslines him down on the mats.

Sharper: “Hard clothesline. Belmont with the tag and Pierce using the mats on the floor.”

Knots: “Yeah. First the shot from Pierce and then the mats. Hudson getting knocked around a bit like a pinball.”

Pierce grabs Hudson. (1) He then nails him with a hard right before turning and running him shoulder first into the steel steps. (2) The top half bowls over as Hudson falls to the mats. Pierce walks over as Jamison Frost smiles. Pierce drags Hudson back up. (3) He turns and rolls him into the ring. Pierce slides in and Hudson starts to get up and Pierce kicks him in the ribs, reaches over and tags in Belmont. Belmont enters as Pierce then hoists Hudson up and hits a spinebuster. Hudson pops up and Belmont runs at him and hits a penalty kick. The crowd ohs. Belmont goes for the pin.

Hudson gets his shoulder up. Pierce exits the ring. Belmont then turns and mounts Hudson, nailing him with a series of hard right hands. Belmont gets up and walks around.

Sharper: “And hard right hands. The Shinigami Foundation is taking it to the World Champion.”

Knots: “I said it. It’s a huge opportunity and right now, they’re using it!”

Belmont watches Hudson slowly get up and Belmont runs at him and hits a running leg lariat. Hudson hits the mat. Belmont then drags him up and knees him in the ribs. He whips him into the ropes. Hudson bounces off and Belmont catches him for an exploder suplex, but Hudson elbows out of it. The crowd cheers. Belmont spins around and boots Hudson in the face. Hudson falls back into the ropes, bounces off and Belmont runs at him and goes for an enziguri. Hudson ducks. Belmont misses and hits the mat. Hudson then grabs him in a waistlock and lifts him up in a deadlift and throws him back with a German suplex. The crowd erupts.

Sharper: “The strength! Hudson dodges and then drops Belmont!”

Knots: “Shinigami better act quick!”

Sharper: “Alex Belmont is scrambling to his feet!”

Hudson rolls over and gets up. Belmont winces in pain and tries to get up fast before turning and running to Hudson who catches him and hits an overhead belly to belly suplex. The crowd roars. Hudson then gets up and moves back to his corner and Bree tags in. Bree enters the ring and runs over and hits a dropkick to Belmont. She gets up and turns and hits a dropkick to Pierce as he starts to get in. He falls back to the apron. Bree runs at Belmont as he gets up and hits the BOGO. Belmont stumbles back and Pierce gets up again. He fights into the ring and Bree heads over and nails him with a couple of hard forearm shots to the head. Pierce gets in and falls to his corner. Bree then kicks at him over and over before turning around and Belmont gets out. Bree runs at him and Belmont goes for a spinning back fist, but Bree slides under, but her foot gets caught and she pops up awkwardly before then falling over and rolling to the ropes. Hudson quickly sees this and spins around the ringpost and reaches out. Belmont turns and stomps at Bree as Hudson manages to tag himself in.

Sharper: “Bree dodges, but…I think she hurt!”

Knots: “She’s grabbing her ankle!”

Sharper: “Hudson frantically tagging in. The official now checking on Bree while Belmont gets a few stomps in on Bree for good measure.”

Knots: “The match is still going. You just keep fighting.”

Sharper: “What about respect for your opponent?”

Hudson enters and quickly goes for Belmont and nails him with a hard right and then another and another. Belmont falls back to the corner. Hudson keeps teeing off with repeated right hands as Bree grabs her ankle. Pierce then runs over and stomps Bree in the stomach over and over. Bree rolls to the apron and then to the floor, avoiding landing on her leg. She rolls over as the official turns and exits the ring. He runs over and checks on Bree. Hudson turns and nails Pierce with a series of hard right hands, pure anger in his eyes.

Sharper: “Pierce! Come on! Attacking Bree!”

Knots: “The official is focusing on Bree! Hudson is fighting for his life!”

Sharper: “And Shinigami knows they have an opportunity here. Put the World Champion on the shelf!”

Hudson nails Pierce again and then Belmont runs out and forearms Hudson in the back of the head. He staggers and Pierce then holds him up and drills him with a European uppercut. Hudson turns around and Belmont hits a high kick to the jaw of Hudson who falls into Pierce who hits a snap German. Hudson rolls over and to the ropes. We see a couple of other officials now running down to the ring to check on Bree. Bree motions for the official to focus on the match. Hollinsworth turns and slides in as Pierce and Belmont then grab Hudson and drag him up before Pierce hoists Hudson up onto his shoulders. Belmont runs into the ropes, bouncing off and they hit the Doom Train on him. Pierce gets up and Hollinsworth tells him to leave the ring. Belmont looks at the official before turning and nailing Hudson, while on his knees, with a series of hard rights. Hudson takes them as Pierce keeps stalling. Belmont then rears back, but Hudson then gets his legs up, catching the arm and takes him over and locks in a jijugatame! The crowd roars. Hudson pulls back as Belmont yells. Pierce runs over and stomps Hudson in the chest. He stomps him again and again. Hudson rolls over, moving to the ropes. Belmont lets go and rolls over. Hudson keeps moving to the ropes as Bree is shown, leaning back, hands on her face, clearly annoyed as the trainer checks on her foot. Hudson stirs as Belmont gets up and shakes out his arm and tags in Pierce. Pierce enters. Belmont moves to join him, but the official stops him. Pierce then grabs Hudson, but Hudson hits a mule kick. Pierce falls back, holding himself as Hudson moves over to the corner. Belmont is forced out of the ring as the crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Hudson fights back. Mule kick! Gotta do what you gotta do!”

Knots: “Went south. It’s two on one. Hudson just trying to survive! And he’s not going down without a fight!”

Pierce rolls over and turns and walks around the ring before running at Belmont and knocking him off the apron. Belmont rolls through, hitting the barricade. He then turns back over to Pierce and grabs him and hoists him up onto his shoulders. The crowd roars. He sets up for the Kingdom Come, but Pierce elbows out of it. Hudson winces and turns. Pierce kicks him in the ribs and pulls him in. He hoists him up, but Hudson knees him in the head. Pierce drops him and Hudson spins back. He then runs at Pierce and goes for a clothesline, but Pierce ducks and Belmont slides in and tackles him down. The crowd boos.

Sharper: “And again! Belmont in. Two on one! The official needs to regain order here!”

Knots: “Almost like he’s trying to avoid ending this match by anything but pinfall or submission!”

Belmont nails him with a couple of shots before Hudson nails him with a few of his own. Belmont rolls over and Hudson gets up and Pierce boots him in the head. Hudson staggers forward and Pierce hits the Shot for Shot. Hudson falls to the mat. Hudson crawls to the ropes. Pierce and Belmont again do not stop, both pulling him up and Pierce hits a chop, followed by Belmont hitting a shoot kick. They trade blows as the crowd boo. The official counts.

The crowd roars as Belmont then runs from behind and nails him in the back of the head. He goes down. Hollinsworth again tells him to get out, but Belmont continues to stomp away on Hudson. Finally, Hollinsworth turns and calls for the bell.

Sharper: “Belmont and Pierce aren’t even trying to win anymore. This is a statement. They’ve already potentially injured Bree! She’s still down being checked out. And now they’re trying to destroy the World Champion.”

Knots: “And what better way to send a message than to take out two of the top stars!”

Belmont keeps stomping on Hudson as Pierce gets up.

Phillips: “As a result of a disqualification, your winners, Bree Lancaster and Josh Hudson!”

He then heads over and grabs him and pulls him up. Belmont backs up and Pierce knees him in the ribs once and then again before telling Belmont to go up. Belmont obliges as Pierce pulls Hudson up and hoists him up in a bearhug. He then leans him back as Belmont gets to the top rope and dives off with a leg drop, the two hitting the Disasterpiece. The crowd boos as Jamison Frost smiles.

Sharper: “Disasterpiece! Hudson tried to fight them two on one!”

Knots: “He made a stupid choice and now he’s paying for it.”

Pierce then gets up and walks around before then turning and grabbing Hudson again. The bell sounds again. The crowd looks on, as now official start to enter the ring. Belmont shoves one down before we see Xander Valentine storming down from the back.

Sharper: “Xander Valentine! Valentine coming down!”

Knots: “Wait? Why?!”

Xander Valentine heads to the ring and hops onto the apron. He steps into the ring. Pierce turns, throwing Hudson down and Xander then grabs him by the throat. Belmont turns and Xander boots him in the face. Xander then hoists Pierce up and hits a chokeslam. The crowd roars. Pierce rolls out of the ring as Belmont down too. Hudson rolls over and Xander walks around the ring, making sure Belmont and Pierce won’t return to the ring. He then walks over and grabs Hudson and slowly pulls him up by the arm. Hudson steps forward and looks up at Xander. Xander looks at him.

Sharper: “Xander helping Hudson up!”

Knots: “Hudson even looks confused! And it’s not just because he’s trying to remember how many ribs he’s supposed to have!”

Xander then looks at him and points to him and then himself. Hudson then looks at him and nods. Xander then lets go as Belmont and Pierce stand at ringside, now with officials keeping them from the ring. Hudson winces, holding his ribs and jaw before looking around and then rolling to the floor to go check on Bree. Xander watches him before turning back to watch the Shinigami Foundation.

Sharper: “Hudson and Valentine. Valentine said something to him. Hudson seems to be okay with it. But now checking on his girlfriend, Bree Lancaster.”

Knots: “And now we can hopefully get her the attention she needs!”

The scene fades to black.

COMMERCIALS

Breakdown returns to the footage from Dr. Marsh-Asher’s meeting with Deanna. Deanna is back on the couch, but now holding something in her hand.

Deanna: “See….this…this is what I took from him. He brought it…”

Marsh-Asher: “Can I see it?”

Deanna leans over, extending it toward him, revealing a small stone.

Marsh-Asher: “A stone….”

Deanna: “He said it was the Heart of Vail. And it would bring me down. I remember that. And I have it. I took it. I have it…I have something that maybe can be used to control him. It has some importance to him.”

Marsh-Asher: “So what do you plan to do with this…Heart.”

Deanna: “I…I don’t know. I was hoping to have some idea. I tried to reach out to the family; we are involved in some spiritual forces of our own, but I have no answer and…”

Deanna then looks at it.

Deanna: “I just know it’s important. I know it somehow is…”

Deanna looks at the Heart of Vail more before Marsh-Asher turns, reaching into a bag next to him.

Marsh-Asher: “Speaking of important things…”

Marsh-Asher pulls out the SCW United States Championship. He then looks at it and holds it on his lap.

Deanna: “The US Title…”

Marsh-Asher: “Yes. Your US Title.”

Deanna: “So I survived….or won…or…”

Marsh-Asher: “Something like that. Again, you are here. Enigma hasn’t been seen since.”

Deanna: “I’m not happy about that.”

Marsh-Asher: “What about this? Happy about still holding this. Feel you deserve it.”

Marsh-Asher extends the title to Deanna. Deanna takes it and looks at it. She then looks up at Marsh-Asher.

Deanna: “I…I intended to pin him. Or make him submit or-“

Marsh-Asher: “You nearly destroyed him yourself. And officials have scanned the property. No sign of him still there.”

Deanna: “So…he escaped?”

Marsh-Asher: “Perhaps. Or maybe you did beat him. The Enigma has been a particular challenge for you. But you…you’re still champion. You won in more ways than one. You survived, sure. But you have that Heart. Clearly it was important for you and him. And perhaps your mind is trying to help you.”

Deanna: “How’s that? I love not being able to sleep…”

Marsh-Asher: “It’s regulating you. You’re trying to find answers and it is protecting you as you’ve pushed too hard. You’ve let this consume you.”

Deanna: “Because I have. If I don’t stop him, help Jessica….stop him from ruining more people’s lives….He risked everyone at the Pre-Show. And I have to sit on my hands?! He tried to take me away from my children!”

Marsh-Asher: “Is that what is motivating you? Why you want clear answers….you worry about who will take care of your children.”

Deanna doesn’t respond.

Marsh-Asher: “Clearly money is not an issue. You just purchased a property which you destroyed in your desire to stop Enigma.”

Deanna looks up at Marsh-Asher.

Marsh-Asher: “And by all accounts, you’ve been barely functioning. Getting worse. You collapsed backstage one night. You’ve barely been sleeping. And-“

Deanna: “It’s…..”

Marsh-Asher: “What about Selena? Why can’t she pick up the slack? Why also…are you not concerned about her?”

Deanna: “I’m not going to talk about that. That….that is between her and I.”

Marsh-Asher: “Selena was concerned about you. Why not you about her? Surely she cares about the kids-“

Deanna: “I-“

Suddenly, the phone rings.

Deanna: “I should get that.”

Deanna turns and looks over at her cell phone. Her demeanour again changes, showing some hope. She then answers the phone.

Deanna: “Jessica?”

Deanna smiles.

Deanna: “You sound…right…great…I….”

Deanna stands up and walks around the room.

Marsh-Asher: “Deanna….”

Deanna: “Are you okay? You’re not….I don’t know anything about that. But they have to know you’ve been brainwashed. We need to talk. We need to figure everything out.”

Deanna pauses.

Deanna: “I know you wouldn’t attack me. I just know it. I…that’s never been you. And…look, I have a way we can control him. We can keep him controlled. We need to meet-“

The scene then abruptly fades out.

We open up backstage outside of the trainer’s room. Jaina Lancaster is outside, waiting. The door opens and Josh Hudson steps outside.

Jaina: “Josh!”

Hudson sees her and walks over.

Jaina: “How is she?”

Hudson: “Looking like something’s hurt. Fracture…just…she got caught and immediately knew.”

Jaina: “Oh God….”

Hudson: “She’s be fine. They need to see if it needs surgery or not. Going to be taking her shortly. I’m going with her.”

Jaina: “I’ll see if I can follow up.”

Hudson: “Getting the scoop?”

Jaina: “No…just, figure should have family there. Amy back in New Orleans. And you may need to get plans for the kids.”

Hudson: “Yeah…probably. Plus, have to focus on Xander.”

Jaina: “What did he tell you/”

Hudson: “Xander told me he’s next…that’s why he stepped out. He wants to beat me for the title at one hundred percent.”

The crowd roars.

Jaina: “You can’t focus on that now…”

Hudson: “I won’t tonight. Tonight is Bree, but I’ll be ready.”

Hudson turns back.

Hudson: “I’ll see you at the hospital. Going to go get her stuff.”

Jaina nods. Hudson heads off as the scene cuts back to ringside.

Sharper: “Tough to hear that about Bree Lancaster. We hope for the best news possible there.”

Knots: “Yeah, but not sounding good. Shinigami Foundation has to be happy about that.”

Sharper: “But also, did you hear that? Xander Valentine to challenge Josh Hudson for the World Championship?”

Knots: “Hudson isn’t exactly taking on slouches! And if Blake gets what he wants next week?”

Sharper: “I somehow don’t know he will…”

The big screen goes blank and the lights drop in the arena. “Cult of Personality” opening riff rips through the arena. The lights begin to flicker dark purple, pink and silver to the beat and the crucifix symbol of Veronica Strader appears on the big screen followed by the outline of a Scorpion in her signature purple.

// Look in my eyes
What do you see?
The cult of personality
I know your anger, I know your dreams
I've been everything you want to be
Oh, I'm the cult of personality\\

The name Veronica Strader in large font starts to flash in silver and purple, with shots of her holding up the OCW TransAtlantic title getting a cheer reaction from the crowd . A spotlight hits the entrance way as Veronica steps out on stage joined by Tamika Strader. Veronica walks to both sides of the top, amping the crowd up! Hands on her hips, her hair slicked back with water, sneer across her lips. She starts to strut down to the ring, in brand new ring of black pants, with purple scorpions on the outer parts of her hips, and a black leather crop top with the crisscrossed lace across her cleavage up to her neck underneath a black leather jacket with no sleeves and a scorpion with her crucifix on the back of it. Tamika Strader walks down to the ring with her.

Sharper: “Veronica Strader returning at Apocalypse. Making a big statement and going right for David Striker.”

Knots; “Picking things back up from earlier this year.”

Sharper: “She says Cowgirls don’t forget. She hasn’t.”

The two reach the ring. Veronica pulls herself onto the apron and steps in. Tamika Strader walks up the steel steps and walks along the apron before entering the ring. Veronica Strader walks around the ring before going over to the corner. She is handed one microphone and then is handed a second one. She turns back and hands the second to Tamika. Veronica then walks around the ring as the music fades out.

Veronica: “Looks like I have a bit of explaining to do, but before I do that, I need to turn it over to my aunt, the nicest Strader, and the woman who has been busy herself behind the scenes. So please give it up for Tamika Strader!”

The crowd roars as Tamika Strader looks around.

Tamika: “Thank you Vee…and I have been busy. For all of you who know the Strader family and the history of the Cowgirls from Hell, we have always represented greatness in tag team wrestling.”

Tamika pauses.

Tamika: “Well this February, we’re going to highlight this history. I have to thank Alex Desoubrais for getting SCW on board, helping host this event. We also have the man who is the authority on news in this sport in Denzel Porter….and we, the Cowgirls from Hell, will present Revolutions Per Minute: Highway to Hell in St. Louis, Missouri. Building on our history in the old PWA, in its home, we will pay homage to tag team wrestling and find out who is the best team in wrestling today!”

The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Cowgirls from Hell arranging a tag tournament, sponsored in part by SCW!”

Knots: “Wait? Do I need to work another day?”

Tamika: “And we-“

Suddenly the lights in the arena fade down as the video wall does a couple of static jumps before showing us a short video clip akin to classic “Our Feature Presentation” introductions to Grindhouse movies.

Once the clip ends, the dark and hard chords of Motionless in White's cover of "Du Hast" starts to play throughout the arena as the video show the highlights of the SCW careers of David Striker and Chris Dumont within a steampunk grid.

Chris Motionless:

[x4]

Du

Du hast

Du hast mich

Chris Dumont and David Striker then walk out from the back. Striker has a microphone in his hand. Veronica steps forward.

Striker: “Well isn’t that lovely…”

The crowd looks on as Tamika stands with Veronica.

Striker: “Well if you’re looking for tag teams, we’re not hard to find. Dangerous Minds is already here and by that point, we should be holding the World Tag Team Championship, given we are next in line.”

Striker looks around.

Striker: “Sorry, if that’s a bit too blunt. Because the fact is that we’ve already been busy tonight, and I already have plenty to be upset by. From Colleen getting jumped from an insult to a great culture, to the fact that we are waiting for a title shot we earned…to YUSA ignoring me all month because she can’t handle a challenge…to being this close to being the next challenger to the Underground Championship and all thanks to the referee focusing on the wrong place….”

Striker then turns to Dumont.

Striker: “And what else?”

Striker turns back to the ring.

Striker: “That’s right. YOU decided to remind us of earlier this year. And we never did finish our issue? That’s thanks to your sister taking a powder and being on the shelf. How’s she doing? Or is she too blitzed to know where she is. I mean, I never got that. You’d think you’d want to be clear in there, but then again, when I saw you operate, I think I know why we fell at Taking Hold of the Flame, and that answer isn’t here in this building!”

Veronica: “You need to take her name out of your mouth David.”

Striker: “And you needed to stay out of Troupe business, but seems like you’re just the latest on a LONG line of people who need a reality check, and a wake-up call and the best part is I can do both with one shot!”

Veronica: “Come on and try then. Because we didn’t finish what we started back in May and June. And while Cara is still a bit away from returning, I have no problem stomping a hole through your body before running you down. So, David…if you want a fight, I’m right here. But just note you won’t be making your other commitments and Chris there is going to have to find a new partner.”

Striker: “Let’s try that because I don’t think you remember…I only do things to the UTMOST EXTREME and I don’t think you have the balls for it!”

Veronica: “Well then, let’s find out. Bring your ass down here. Auntie…you mind?”

Tamika steps back and leans in the corner. The crowd roars.

Veronica: “So David….”

David turns and hands the microphone to Chris Dumont before then starting to storm to the ring. The crowd roars. Striker runs to the ring and then slides in. He gets up and then tackles Veronica down. She spins through and Striker rolls through. Strade rolls back and both get up and Striker steps up and hits a hard forearm shot. Strader nails him with a hard right. The crowd cheers as they trade blows before David hits a headbutt. Strader staggers back to the ropes and then steps up and hits a boot to the face. David spins around and hits a forearm to the jaw before Strader hits an uppercut and then the turn run at each other and clothesline each other down.

Sharper: “Just hard strikes! Striker and Strader!”

Knots: “Picking up where they left off at Apocalypse!”

Sharper: “Both tough as nails!”

Striker and Strader then both get up and grab one another and both start to forearm each other. The crowd roars as we see officials run down from the back. Tamika and Chris Dumont look on as the officials slide in. Veronica and David trade blows as officials then come in and try to separate them. The crowd looks on booing as they’ll pulled apart. Striker spins around and tries to get back at Veronica as Veronica is held back in the corner. Striker keeps trying to get to her before officials force him down and pin him down. Striker tries to fight to get free as the crowd looks on.

Sharper: “They’re still trying to get to one another!”

Veronica keeps trying to fight to get free of the corner as Striker tries to get back up before the scene fades out.

COMMERCIALS

Brittany Lohan and Blake Mason are seen talking backstage.

Lohan: “Look, you need to pick your battles tonight. Because while I helped you earlier and I’ll stand behind you against people like Heaven…I’m not your personal bodyguard. You’re not paying enough for that.”

Mason: “I can always change that-“

Lohan: “That wasn’t our original deal.”

Lohan and Mason look at one another.

Lohan: “And I’ve got a Underground Championship shot. And I’m not going to just let that go or risk it because you’re trying to declare war on everyone-“

Mason: “I knew what I was getting into. I took the risk and I still feel its worth it. If Heaven reneges….then I deal there a different way.”

Lohan: “Look-“

Mason: “Just…go…you’re off the night. Focus on what you want. Watch the show. Do film review. I’ll handle Lawler later and anything else that comes.”

Lohan: “Again, I’m only acting in line with what we had-“

Mason: “And don’t worry about it for the rest of the night. Your services in any definition will no longer be needed tonight.”

Lohan nods.

Lohan: “Fine.”

Lohan heads off as Mason watches her leave.

Dexter Grant vs. Sean Michael Prime

“TokSik” by Starset hits as the lights in the arena immediately go out, a series of green spotlights converging onto the stage where fog has begun to consume it. The big screen show's a human eye opening, and reflecting in it is a montage of people glued to their phones and computers, either consuming or producing social media garbage as they all look sickly while doing so. “The Digital Detoxer” Dexter Grant marches out through the fog, stopping at the edge of the stage and staring out at the fans with disgust. A few cheers can be heard, but they're easily drowned out by all the boos raining down upon him. He turns his head to his right just in time to see his faithful flunky Wendell march out behind him, proudly holding up a protest sign that has the circle-backslash symbol with a wi-fi symbol behind the backslash and the words “DISCONNECT TO RECONNECT” written within the circle.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a ten minute time limit. First, on his way to the ring, accompanied by Wendell, from Off the Grid, he is the Digital Detoxer, Dexter Grant!”

Wendell eagerly looks up at Dexter, who smiles and nods in approval before he starts storming down to the ring, his disgusted look returning at the sound of all the people around him who just refuse to listen to his message. He jumps up onto the apron and aggressively steps through the ropes, marching to the center of the ring and turning his back to the hard cam as he points his thumb to the same “DISCONNECT TO RECONNECT” logo of his on the back of his vest. Wendell crawls into the ring and stands beside Dexter, proudly holding up his sign before looking legitimately confused as to why they're being booed. The lights return to normal as Dexter starts to pace around the ring before walking over to Jason Phillips, demanding his microphone. Phillips tries to resist, but Grant grabs it and pulls it away before turning back to the middle of the ring. The crowd boos as Grant looks around.

Sharper: “Looks like Dexter Grant is about to go on another rant.”

Knots: “Wonder if Gavin Taylor took his words from Apocalypse to heart.”

Grant: “Put the phones down for a moment, stop worrying about what you’re going to put online for pointless validation and live in the moment for just a few seconds.”

The crowd boos as Grant looks around.

Grant: “Perhaps this is a moment where we can learn from my opponent here tonight, Sean Michael Prime.”

Grant walks around as he talks.

Grant: “From prison, he didn’t get much time to be online and so he was forced to better himself to have any opportunity on the outside. Too bad he hasn’t made much of it, but then again, he may be spending too much time chasing the desperate women with no standards who emailed him hoping for their next mistake -“

As the arena lights dim, a hushed anticipation falls over the crowd. The haunting notes of Metallica's "Turn the Page" resonate through the speakers, setting the stage for the arrival of Sean Michael Prime. Grant stops and turns and paces around the ring before handing the microphone back to Phillips. Slowly emerging from the shadows. Sean stands at the top of the ramp with a determined gaze. He walks with purpose down the entrance ramp, his worn silhouette illuminated by a lone spotlight.

Phillips: “His opponent, making his way to the ring, from Salem, Massachusetts, Sean Michael Prime!”

With every step, SMP absorbs the energy of the arena, his long hair flowing in rhythm with the haunting melody. As the chorus kicks in, the crowd begins to stir, caught between the raw emotion of the song and the enigmatic presence of Sean as he slowly approaches the ring. Sean climbs into the ring, casting a stoic gaze across the audience. The metallic strains of "Turn the Page" amplify the intensity of the moment. Sean starts pacing around the ring, glaring at Grant, awaiting for the start of the match.

Sharper: “Wonder what Prime has to think about what Grant is saying.”

Knots: “Probably had his internet usage watched closely. Instead of chasing likes, he was hoping that Yvonne from Yonkers, New York, was the hot blonde in the picture he sent him, instead of the 54 year old cat lady who hasn’t seen her feet in years!”

The bell sounds as Grant steps up and rolls his eyes as he goes to say something, but Prime just steps up and nails him with a hard right and then another and another. Grant falls to the ropes and Prime whips him across the ring. Grant bounces off and Prime hits a back drop. Grant rolls over and gets up and SMP chops him. The crowd woos. He chops him again. More woos. He then drags Grant out from the corner and scoops him up, slamming him down. Grant rolls over, holding his back and SMP kicks him in the ribs and hits a snap suplex. Grant then rolls out of the ring and to the floor, holding his lower back.

Sharper: “And quickly Grant takes a powder as SMP all over him.”

Knots: “He pressed the wrong buttons!”

Sharper: “At least he won’t care about what people online are saying about him.”

Grant walks around at ringside. (1) He winces as he turns back to the ring. (2) SMP reaches out to grab him. Grant jukes back. (3) He then backs away. SMP drops down to the floor. (1) He chases after Grant as they go around the ring. Grant rolls in quickly. (2) SMP slides in and Grant quickly runs over and stomps him in the back over and over and over again. The crowd boos as he then grabs SMP, lifting him up and running him into the corner and driving him face first into the top turnbuckle. SMP turns and Grant reaches up and rakes the eyes. SMP walks out, wincing as the official warns Grant. Grant instead then whips SMP across the ring. SMP bounces off and Grant hits him with a clothesline. He turns, runs into the ropes, bounces off and hits a jumping knee drop.

Sharper: “Grant driving that knee into the face of SMP. And now the cover!”

Grant moves for the pin.

1!

2!

SMP kicks out.

Knots: “SMP has a lot of fight in him. He’s out. He just hasn’t gotten that fight to get him the results he wants.”

Sharper: “Grant knows that. You can sense the arrogance.”

Grant gets up and drags SMP up. He then nails him with a hard right. SMP falls to the ropes. Grant kicks him again and then pulls him out and whips him into the ropes. SMP bounces off and Grant catches him and hits the Doomscrolling. He then pulls back on the legs.

1!

2!

SMP kicks out again. Grant forces him down and then knees him in the side over and over again. Grant then lets go as SMP rolls over, moving to the ropes. Grant walks over to him and grabs him and goes to place him on the middle rope, but SMP suddenly elbows him in the ribs. He elbows him again and then spins around him and hooks Grant up and hits a Saito suplex. Grant rolls over and slowly gets up and SMP runs at him and clotheslines him down.

Sharper: “And Prime with the clothesline.”

Knots: “Sean Michael Prime Lariat?!”

Sharper: “I don’t know about that Jon.”

Knots: “Maybe SMP can get that trending.”

Grant rolls over. He gets up and Prime runs over at him and clubs him in the back over and over and over. He then runs into the ropes, bouncing off and hitting the Prime Example. The crowd roars.

Knots: “Now that was more like it!”

Sharper: “Not an SMP Lariat, but the Prime Example!”

Prime turns and hooks the leg.

1!

2!

Grant gets his shoulder up. He rolls over and Prime gets up. He then grabs Grant and pulls him up and Grant rakes his eyes. The crowd boos. Prime staggers over and Grant grabs him and hits an Unplugged. He then hooks the leg.

1!

2!

SMP gets his shoulder up. Grant looks up and turns and starts to get up. He pulls Prime up and then places his head between his legs. He then hoists him up for a powerbomb, but Prime slides down and then hoists him up and hits the Fatal Dose. Prime rolls through and looks around. He then grabs Grant by his head. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “Prime drives Grant into the mat!”

Knots: “It’ll help him forget anything trending from tonight!”

Sharper: “And Prime going for the end! Maybe thinking the S-Tier!”

SMP drags Grant up and hooks him by the head and arm and then hoists him up, but Grant spins through and lands behind SMP. He spins SMP around, kicks him in the ribs and then hits the Detox Drop. The crowd boos as Dexter Grant rolls Sean Michael Prime onto his back and covers him.

1!

2!

3!

The bell sounds and the crowd boos. Grant pulls himself off of SMP and looks out at the crowd. He steps over SMP and has his arm raised.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Dexter Grant!”

Grant looks around as Wendell applauds him at ringside. Prime remains down as Grant then walks over him again.

Sharper: “Grant now just walking over SMP. The added disrespect after winning with the Detox Drop.”

Knots: “SMP better think twice about going on the interwebs!”

Sharper: “Yeah, I’m sure that’s the message he’s thinking. He thought he had it, and it slips away again.”

Grant looks out at the crowd as the crowd roars. Dexter Grant then turns around as Gavin Taylor slides into the ring. He gets up and runs at Grant and nails him with the Gavin Taylor Lariat! The crowd erupts.

Knots: “Gavin! Taylor! Lariat! Sorry….HASHTAG Gavin Taylor Lariat!”

Sharper: “Gavin Taylor running down and I guess that’s his response to Grant’s diatribe at Apocalypse!”

Gavin Taylor walks around the ring and then stands over Dexter Grant. He says something to him before getting up and walks around the ring before stepping through to the ropes. He threatens Wendell before turning and starting to head around the ring.

Sharper: “Now lets go backstage to Destiny Page who is standing by with Ryan LeCavalier.”

The scene opens up to show Destiny Page standing with The Lost Monarch Ryan LeCavalier in the SCW interview area.

Page: “Thank you Adam. I’m here with Ryan LeCavalier who has come off another win, namely this one against the man we just saw attacked Dexter Grant, Gavin Taylor. And seems that since you were humbled at Rise to Greatness, you’ve taken it upon yourself to do whatever necessary to win. Using the music of an enemy to defeat Matthew Knox. To beat Gavin Taylor and –“

LeCavalier: “Or it could be due to talent.”

Page: “Well-“

LeCavalier: “Marie Jones humbled me. Fine…I’ll give you it. And it should never have happened. But then, I took so called legends and All-Stars and beat them soundly. And that was due to talent. Did I use some tricks? Sure. But I used all I had at my disposal to win. Have a problem with it. Gavin did and it worked out well for him. A defeat and now being lambasted for his hype team’s focus on social media. I don’t care about such things. I just am coming back to the ring after a long hiatus and picking back up where I left off.”

LeCavalier turns to Destiny.

LeCavalier: “You’re new, but I can already guess your next question. What do I want?”

LeCavalier smiles.

LeCavalier: “Gold. And I’m coming for it. Using my talents…Something you clearly don’t understand given your new acting turn…”

LeCavalier walks off as Destiny Page is taken aback by that comment. The show cuts to commercials.

Derek Adonis vs. Waylon Creek

SCW Television Championship

KABLAAAAAAAAAAM!!!

The sound of a xylophone scale is heard, signifying the start of the KABLAMian Taberacle Choir's jingle, "Come In KABLAMia"...

Derek Adonis rolls out atop the ramp on a cloud, alongside a number of the citizens of KABLAMia: Sweet Sangria, Mimi Mimosa, Het Meisje, and Anastasia Fantasia among them. The crowd rise to their feet in a raucous applause at the display of flesh in front of them...

Welcome to the land that loves below the belt
The sky’s are clear and pleasure is felt
Come in KABLAMia, come in KABLAMia

Adonis partially rises to his knees, waving out to the crowd as chants of "KABLAM" ring out throughout the arena. The cloud continues to roll it's way down the ramp.

Where fun-loving people can give right in
To a Man Mountain utopia where everyone wins
Come in KABLAMia, come in KABLAMia

Sweet Sangria always dressed in smile
Many men and women will go the extra mile
Come in KABLAMia, come in KABLAMia

The women on the cloud toss out small, travel-sized bottles of Derek Adonis Heavy KABLAM Lubricant and folded up travel brochures to the crowd.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a fifteen minute time limit and is for the SCW Television Championship. First, on his way to the ring, the challenger, from KABLAMia, he is Man Mountain, Derek Adonis!”

The lube flows freely, never enough
It’s a copyrighted formula, the right stuff
But even still they make you feel right at home
Whether you love cleaning the carpet or polishing chrome

The cloud makes it to the bottom of the ramp and Adonis hops off first, reaching up to help the four primary women off. They step down, each planting a kiss on the cheek of Man-Mountain before heading up the stairs. Adonis follows up last and pulls himself through the ropes, lifting them for the four women to enter the ring as well.

We don’t kink-shame here, it never allowed
It’s a comfortable place while you’re being plowed
Your greatest dreams are always on tap
Your can register now with our convenient app

Adonis moves around to the four corners, climbing onto the bottom rope to throw out travel brochures as far as he can.

That’s right, KABLAM is expanding…
It’s the dream of Derek Adonis
Come in KABLAMia, sunny KABLAMia
We mean YOU!

After finishing (heh), Adonis moves to the middle of the ring, posing with the four women around him. As the song ends, he bellows out with it...

Adonis: "KABLAAAAAAAAAAAAM!"

Sharper: “Derek Adonis looking to become TV Champion again and well, Derek Adonis has some history now with the Fall of Man.”

Knots: “We’ll see if that drives him or not.”

The sound and image of a babbling brook overtake the PA and screen. Shortly after, a man dressed in a suit flickers onto the screen, standing in the middle of the creek, facing away from the camera. “Mountain Banjo” by Rhiannon Giddens comes over the system, and from behind curtain emerges a muscular figure in a skull mask, adorned by torn up flannels, being led by a black lab on a leash. William Heaven and James Evans walk out with him.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Good Grief, Idaho, accompanied by the Fall of Man, he is the SCW Television Champion, Waylon Creek!”

The dog leads the way as Waylon Creek, carrying the SCW Television Championship, follows close behind, looking around the arena. He hands the dog off to a stagehand when he gets to the ring and appears to say something to the dog. The dog sits calmly as Creek enters the ring up the steps. He calmly goes to his corner without any posing. He hands his title to Jennifer Cassidy, the official, who promptly holds it over her head. The SCW Television Championship logo comes across the screen. William Heaven meanwhile climbs into the ring.

Sharper: “Heaven getting into the ring.”

Knots: “He said they would send a statement.”

Heaven steps forward and over to Phillips. Heaven takes the microphone and turns back.

Heaven: “Before we get started here…I think the world needs to understand what they are about to witness. Between being overlooked earlier, and now, the choices of individuals…It is only right that we evolve to show you the future first hand. The Fall of Man has a clear goal and that is to take what we demand.”

Heaven then turns to Waylon Creek.

Heaven: “And part of that demand is for the world to see Waylon Creek for the future of this sport.”

Heaven looks at him.

Heaven: “And for Kim to want nothing to do with him, to then disrespect him by attacking him with WASLEY, when she simply decided not to be a hero and instead to be a disappointment. She wishes to be complacent. SCW will have no choice and WE refuse to be complacent.”

Heaven looks at Creek.

Heaven: “That moment revealed that a change was needed and Kim, I hope you realize your singular decision at Apocalypse is what will be the blame for all that follows. Waylon…the time is now…a new reality has come. And that mask…it is now a symbol of the embarrassment Kim inflicted on you, while everyone cheers her to the moon.”

Waylon looks at Heaven.

Heaven: “Waylon…the time is now.”

Waylon then reaches up and grabs the back of the mask. Heaven nods. The crowd buzzes as Waylon Creek then takes off his mask, slipping it off, and then turns to Derek, revealing his face, namely the chiseled feature, a full goatee, and a piercing look at his opponent. Heaven takes the mask and steps out of the ring.

Sharper: “Waylon Creek just unmasked?!”

Knots: “Kim is to blame…what….”

Sharper: “Derek…you need to get out there!”

The ref calls for the bell and Waylon steps forward. Adonis meets him in the middle of the ring. Waylon lifts his hand up, attempting to engage in a tie-up, only for Adonis to reach up before getting his fists up.

Sharper: “But, Adonis ready to fight. Remember, Leroy Adams used Adonis to firmly place himself in the Fall of Man.”

Knots: “Where is Leroy? Lost the Underground Title, and Fall of Man not even mentioning him. Maybe injury?”

Sharper: “They’ve been focused on other things.”

Waylon glares before lunging forward and clocking Adonis with a right hook, followed by shots to the ribs. Adonis tries to cover up, only for Waylon to connect with a stiff uppercut, sending Adonis into the ropes.

Sharper: “The reigning Television Champion letting his opponent know he’s not here to play games.”

Adonis bounces off the ropes and Waylon catches him, lifting him up and planting him with a spinebuster. Waylon goes for the cover.

Adonis kicks out!

Waylon gets to his feet and pulls Adonis up. He connects with a right jab then a left hook, before pulling Adonis into a short arm lariat. Waylon gets Adonis back up and goes to whip him across the ropes, but Adonis manages to reverse, pulling Waylon close and putting him down with a belly to belly suplex.

Knots: “Is Kablamania going to run wild?”

Adonis bounces off the ropes and splashes Waylon onto the mat, before going for a cover.

1!

2!

Waylon quickly powers out.

Sharper: “If Adonis wants to win this, he’d be smart to keep Waylon down.”

Adonis lifts Waylon off the mat and goes to whip him into the corner, but Waylon blocks it, driving his knee into Adonis’ gut. Adonis doubles over and Waylon hooks him, lifting Adonis up and planting him with a pumphandle slam.

Knots: “No one can deny the strength of Waylon. Not even Kablamania!”

Waylon lifts Adonis to his feet and whips him hard into the corner. Adonis goes chest first before stumbling backwards. Waylon spins him around and lifts Adonis up, planting him with a scoop slam, before following it up with a leg drop. Waylon goes for another cover.

2!

Adonis manages to kick out.

Sharper: “Adonis is going to have to do something major if he wants to turn the tide.”

Waylon gets to his feet and takes a few steps back, dropping to one knee while Adonis is shown pulling himself up by the ropes. Adonis gets up and turns only for Waylon to charge and connect with a spear.

Crowd: ”OOOHHH!!!”

Knots: “Adonis, and the fans, felt all of that one!”

Waylon gets back to his feet, glaring down at Adonis before pulling him back to his feet. Waylon hooks Adonis and lifts him up for a vertical suplex.

Sharper: “Look at the power of Waylon Creek.”

Waylon then shifts Adonis, dropping him with a piledriver.

Crowd: “OOOHHHH!!!”

Sharper: “No! No!”

Knots: “Good God! Just dropped him on his neck!”

Sharper: “The consequences of this shift. Waylon Creek as violent as ever!”

Waylon makes the cover.

2!

3!

Phillips: “And here is your winner, by pin fall, and still…SCW Television Champion…Waylon! Creek!”

Waylon shoves away from Adonis who is barely stirring on the mat. Waylon gets to his feet and glares at the crowd while the ref is shown checking on Adonis. The timekeeper is shown handing Waylon the TV Championship. Waylon looks at the title then out at the crowd, slowly lifting the championship. Heaven just smiles and laughs as James Evans scans the arena. Waylon Creek calmly walks over to Legion, grabbing him, and starting to head to the back. Heaven walks to the camera.

Heaven: “Consequences…that’s what that was. And there will be more. And Blake…that awaits you if you push any further.”

Heaven turns and walks past the camera. Several officials run down from the back to also check on Adonis as the Fall of Man, minus Leroy Adams and Billy Heaven Jr., head to the back.

COMMERCIALS

We again open up to see James Marsh-Asher’s evaluation of Deanna Frost. Deanna has returned to the couch, but now seems to be pressing the tempo of the discussion.

Deanna: “So, you need to evaluate her. Do what you’re doing to me. Show that she’s not responsible.”

Marsh-Asher: “It’s not that simple, Deanna. And in this capacity, I only deal with those SCW assigns to me or those who wish to use my service as part of their SCW employment.”

Deanna: “She would. She’s a victim of Enigma too. And you need to speak with her. She needs this to clear her name-“

Marsh-Asher: “Deanna….I will see what I can do. But, I am here to speak to you and evaluate you.”

Deanna: “I…I’m fine.”

Marsh-Asher: “You know that’s not the case. Now you’re defensive. You openly admitted to the insomnia still being an issue. You avoided one question-“

Deanna: “I just don’t feel that’s relevant right now.”

Marsh-Asher: “Then what about something else. You are still the US Champion. Let’s focus there.”

Deanna: “I guess.”

Marsh-Asher: “And you deserve it by your own metric. And you will face someone you’ve had a long, and positive, history next for that title. La Pequena Luz.”

Deanna smiles a bit.

Deanna: “Yeah…should be a good match…”

Marsh-Asher: “You sound apprehensive.”

Deanna: “She deserves a good match. But if Enigma-“

Marsh-Asher: “He is still banned from shows. SCW is doing more to make sure you and others are safe-“

Deanna: “Still…the turnbuckle exploding. The fire-“

Marsh-Asher: “And you can’t deal with it alone. You went on your crusade. You had your victory. You have the Heart of Vail. If it has some power over him as you claim….then use it.”

Deanna: “Now you’re seemingly not being forthcoming. You think I’m a fool for thinking it has power.”

Marsh-Asher: “It may very well have. Symbolic power. Emotional power-“

Deanna: “He made it seem like it was more….”

Marsh-Asher: “And you feel that stone can help you.”

Deanna: “Somehow…”

Marsh-Asher: “Are you thinking clearly?”

Deanna pauses.

Marsh-Asher: “I am not trying to discourage you. But you have said yourself you have notable issues with insomnia. You have had multiple emotional shifts in our discussions today. Just like you know you need help there…you may need help in other facets too.”

Deanna: “Others don’t need to be dragged into this. He’s already declared war on SCW. I can’t….not with what I’ve gone through…Jessica….I’m sorry Luz….I’m sorry. I don’t know if I can protect you.”

Deanna leans forward, deep in her own thought as the scene fades out again.

Breakdown returns as we see Derek Adonis on a stretcher in the back, neck brace around his neck. The KABLAMia Tourism Board all is around him, clearly concerned.

Sharper: “Welcome back to Breakdown. You saw Deanna again there, but the story here in Buffalo is Derek Adonis.”

Knots: “First Bree. Now Adonis. A bad night for injuries.”

Sharper: “Bree’s seemed to be a freak accident. This was intentional. Waylon Creek looked to destroy Derek Adonis. To end his career.”

Knots: “Can’t deny that…”

Adonis starts to be wheeled out as the scene cuts back to ringside.

Blake Mason vs. Chris Lawler

The lights dim as the strobe lights flash. The crowd’s murmurs fade into a hush as the opening chords of “Warrior” by Imagine Dragons reverberate through the speakers. A few moments pass before a figure emerges, his silhouette outlined against the backdrop of flashing lights. It's Chris Lawler, a titan among men, his presence commanding attention as he strides purposefully down the entrance ramp.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a fifteen minute time limit. First, on his way to the ring, from Nashville, Tennessee, he is Chris Lawler!”

Ignoring the cacophony of cheers and jeers that surround him, Lawler remains resolute in his mission, his gaze locked on the squared circle where his destiny awaits. As Lawler reaches the foot of the ring, the strobe lights reach a crescendo, bathing him in the arena lights. With a subtle nod to the crowd, Lawler ascends the steel steps. He enters the ring and looks around. Standing tall in the center of the ring, Lawler raises his gaze to the heavens.

Sharper: “Chris Lawler about to be in action with Blake Mason-“

Knots: “Does he just hang back? Blake Mason is a marked man tonight.”

Sharper: “I don’t know if Lawler’s pride would let him. He’d want to beat Blake on his own merits and talents.”

The lights go out. A few moments later, a white spotlight shines at the top of the ramp. In that spotlight we see a man wearing a robe that "Blake Mason Experience" embroidered in white. The lights to the rest of the arena come back on, the chorus to "The Night" by Disturbed echoes through the loud speaker. Blake Mason still has his back turned to the camera.

Phillips: “His opponent, from Boston, Massachusetts, he is Blake Mason!”

Blake heads to the ring at a methodical pace. Reaching the steel steps, he walks up them, on to the apron, steps into the ring. Blake steps onto the middle turnbuckle with his arms outstretched as if he's basking in his own glory. He takes off his robe; hops down. He immediately hits the ropes, then stops in the center of the ring. He drops down to his knees and points up to the sky before he stands upright. He walks over to the nearest corner to rest comfortably.

Knots: “Blake Mason, good on him, to come out here.”

Sharper: “Then again, he can’t just say screw it. He wants to earn a World Title shot. He had hoped it would be through the Trios Tournament. He had some agreement with William Heaven. But that’s gone up in flames.”

Knots: “Two businessmen going at it. I don’t know about Heaven. You don’t screw over Blake Mason!”

Sharper: “But after what we saw from Waylon Creek…Blake Mason may reconsider war! He’s got enough people focused on him. We’ve already see Pingotti and Raynes both go after him.”

The bell sounds. Blake spins out of the corner as Lawler watches him. The two step up and lock up in a collar and elbow tie-up in the middle of the ring. The two push back on one another and Blake drops down and around into a waistlock. He hoists Lawler up and drops him with a Greco-Roman takedown. He then spins around into a front face lock. Lawler fights off and spins out and then grabs the arm of Blake. Both get up and Lawler wrenches the arm before pulling it up into a hammerlock. Blake reaches down and then up before jumping up and hitting a snapmare. Lawler rolls through. He gets up and Blake hits a drop toe hold and moves into a side headlock. He pulls back as Lawler reaches around. Slowly the two get up to their feet and Lawler pulls Blake back into the ropes. He fires him off and then Blake bounces off and Lawler shoulders him down. He then hits a quick elbow drop. The crowd cheers as Blake rolls over to the ropes.

Sharper: “Lawler quickly hitting that elbow drop. Quick thinking by the veteran.”

Knots: “Blake also thinking fast. Right to the ropes.”

Blake grabs at the ropes, pulling himself up and Lawler follows up and nails him with a hard right. Blake leans against the ropes. Lawler then nails him with a left and then a right, and a series of punches.

Blake kicks out. Both get up and Lawler scoops Blake up and slams him down. Blake winces and gets up and moves back to the corner. Lawler follows him and Blake kicks Lawler in the ribs. He kicks him a second time before spinning him around into the corner and chopping him hard. The crowd woos. He then nails him with a snap jab before pulling Lawler out of the corner. He hooks him up and hits a vertical suplex.

Sharper: “Blake Mason with a perfectly executed vertical suplex. Simple move, but done with hard impact for Lawler.”

Knots: “Mason’s many years of experience and the high-ending training all coming into play.”

Blake gets up and hits a knee drop to the head of Lawler. Lawler rolls over and starts to get up. Blake kicks him in the ribs and whips him into the ropes. Lawler bounces off and Mason clotheslines him down. Lawler rolls over and gets up and Blake kicks him in the ribs before hoisting him up for a vertical suplex, this time, however, dropping him down into his knee. He goes for the pin.

Lawler kicks out. Lawler winces, holding his head and neck and gets up. Blake elbows him in the back of the head once and then again before going for a Russian leg sweep. Lawler however elbows him a couple of times before then pushing him into the ropes. Blake bounces off and Lawler hits a boot to the face. Mason spins around and into the ropes. Lawler runs at him and goes for a clothesline. Blake however ducks and spins around into a school boy.

Lawler kicks out. Both get up and Blake walks into Lawler who hoists him up and hits a spinebuster. Lawler rolls through for the pin, hooking the leg.

Blake pushes him off.

Sharper: “Lawler with the two count. Spinebuster gets him that two count.”

Knots: “Blake Mason isn’t going to stay down unless you plant him through it. Not with what he has in mind!”

Blake rolls over and crawls to the ropes. He uses them to get up and Lawler runs over and nails him in the ribs with a shot. He nails him again and whips him across the ring. Lawler runs after and Mason hits only for Lawler to hit the Blitz Kick. The crowd ohs. Blake falls out of the corner and down to the mat. Lawler heads over and covers him.

Blake kicks out. He rolls over and starts to get up and Lawler grabs him and places his head between his legs. He hoists him up and hits a snap powerbomb. The crowd ohs as Lawler falls back into the corner behind him. He then turns and exits to the apron before starting to climb up to the top rope. The crowd cheers as Lawler gets to the top. He looks at Blake and dives off for a top rope elbow drop, but Blake rolls out of the way. Lawler lands hard and rolls over. He slowly gets up and Blake runs at him, drilling him with a discus forearm to the back of the head. Lawler drops to his hands and knees.

Sharper: “Lawler missed. And Blake…”

Knots: “He didn’t! And he just cracked Lawler in the base of the skull!”

Sharper: “Just that hard forearm, right to the head. Lawler down!”

Blake Mason then walks over to Lawler. He pulls him up to his feet, locking in a cobra-clutch. The crowd looks on as Mason then hoists him up and drops him with the cobra clutch slam. Mason goes for the pin.

1!

2!

The crowd roars as Lawler kicks out. Mason looks up and then grabs Lawler and nails him with a series of hard rights. He rolls off, before suddenly, he’s pulled to the floor. The crowd boos loudly as Mason gets to his feet and Selena Frost nails him with the Glass Shard. Mason hits the mats and is laid out. The bell sounds. Selena then looks down at him.

Sharper: “Selena Frost! Frost down at ringside and just clocked Blake Mason with the Glass Shard!”

Knots: “There’s your receipt!”

Sharper: “Not a night to remember by Blake Mason! He doesn’t have his contract. He has a target on him and now Selena Frost with the exclamation point!”

Selena Frost then looks at Blake Mason. He then backs up and turns and heads to the back. Lawler rolls over in the ring.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via disqualification, Blake Mason!”

The crowd gives a mixed reaction as Selena turns back. She then snaps at Blake.

Selena: “You’re welcome!”

Selena turns and heads to the back. Blake remains down in pain as Lawler turns to the official to find out what happened.

Backstage, we see a knife thrown into the wall. The camera turns to see Kimberly Williams standing behind WASLEY.

Kim: “Damn it. You’re still a crack shot! I’m clearly slacking….best two out of three-“

Marie Jones enters the locker room with Angelica Jones. Kim pulls the knife out of the wall. She walks back.

Kim: “Hey! Check out WASLEY! Always hits bull’s eyes. I think I should get him tested. Clearly on penguin enhancing substances-“

Marie: “Kim….”

Kim: “Marie!”

Angelica: “Kim-“

Kim: “Mother!”

Angelica: “Have you followed anything tonight?”

Kim: “Striker is pissed off. Strader is pissed off. YUSA has Korean bodyguards. Britt has a title shot. And well, I want MY title shot-“

Marie: “More than the Underground Division.”

Kim: “Oh, there’s more to the show?”

Angelica: “Kim….’

Kim: “Fine…Bree is dead.”

Angelica sighs.

Angelica: “The Fall of Man are not just moving on.”

Kim: “Well I am. I’m not looking to keep fighting James. He’s boring. And boring is boring. I want exciting. Set him on fire and then have him run to attack me. I’d at least be interested!”

Marie: “You were attacked-“

Kim yawns.

Kim: “Yeah and I then attacked him back. With you, Marie. It was fun. Like old times. But I’m not looking to be some hero. I get you fought him.”

Marie: “He’s going to be a force. To beat him though…to end his streak. That all could be big.”

Kim: “And you care about that more than me. You want to work up to the top. You want the redemption and I’ll support you. Me…I want CHAOS! And we’re getting there. Although I want my title shot too.”

Angelica: “And you don’t care what he says?”

Marie: “He’s suggesting you’re to blame for whatever Waylon Creek does.”

Kim: “Good! Let him.”

Marie: “You already have a checkered reputation-“

Kim: “And I don’t care! I’m happy in my Underground. And I’ll be happier when this penguin stops cheating!”

Angelica sighs.

Marie: “Well I do.”

Kim: “Then you fight if you want. I’m going to fight what I want!”

Marie turns to Angelica as Kim returns to her game.

Angelica: “That’s that.”

Kim: “Thank you mom.”

Just then, we hear a sound, like a knife sticking in the wall. The camera turns to show a knife stuck in the wall.”

Marie: “How the hell did that happen…”

Angelica: “There’s a pedal on the floor. You put an air cannon in him.”

Kim: “New variant! Maximum chaos!”

Angelica: “Give me those!”

Kim: “Awwww….mom!”

Angelica grabs the knives as the scene cuts away.

Team Desire vs. The Light in the Darkness

SCW World Tag Team Championship

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall for TV time remaining, and it is for the SCW World Tag Team Championships!”

The SCW World Tag Team Championship logo comes across the screen as the fans cheer in response to the announcement. The arena lights dim down and pink light shines on the stage. “Sweet but Psycho” by Ava Max plays as The Queen of Queens and Goddess of Desire Katie Steward steps out on the stage. She walks her beautiful white and gold religious ring robe that is popelike and spins around in a circle showing it off the crowd. Giovanna Steward follows behind her wearing her leather spiked “Brat Club” jacket and a black bandana covering the lower half of her face. TJ Johnson walks out onto the stage with Katie and the two nod to one another before Katie continues her walk to the ring with her arms out and his hands at shoulder length while Gigi follows behind.

Phillips: “Introducing first, the challengers! Being accompanied to the ring by TJ Johnson, Gigi and Katie Steward… Team Desire!”

Katie walks around the ring and Gigi rolls under the bottom rope. Katie walks up the ring steps carefully and across the apron. TJ runs up after her and holds open the ropes for her to enter the ring. Katie walks to the center of the ring and she disrobes for the crowd. She shows off her wrestling attire. TJ takes her robe and exits the ring and Katie to her corner.

Sharper: “A very interesting matchup here. Leading up to Rise to Greatness, Team Desire managed to stun The Light In The Darkness, becoming World Tag Team Champions and earning Katie that coveted Supreme Champion status.”

Knots: “It was not only a plot twist that changed the course of Rise to Greatness as we knew it, but also sent The Light In The Darkness into quite the spiral!”

Sharper: “That said, that triple threat elimination match at Rise to Greatness was Luz and Amelia’s rematch. They won the titles right back, and yet Katie and Gigi are getting an opportunity to repeat that historic night and reclaim the gold here tonight.”

Knots: “I can think of a few teams who might disagree with this, but being fair, it was Twisted & Sadistic who rewrote Katie’s Rise to Greatness script by eliminating them, not The Light In The Darkness! Maybe Luz and Amelia wanted to prevent THAT history from repeating itself?”

All of a sudden, the lights go out, prompting a surprised pop from the fans. “In the Name of Love” by Arion feat. Cyan Kicks begins to play, the LED screens flickering to life to show a large wisteria tree in front of a starry night sky with a beautiful moon, the stars seeming like they’re slowly shifting and dancing around as petals from the tree fall and gracefully glide through the sky. One spotlight comes to life on the left side of the stage from the camera’s perspective, revealing Amelia Blythe standing underneath it, eyes focused on the ring and a small smile on her lips as her hands are folded in front of her, giving her the look of a proper young lady. A second spotlight comes to life on the right side of the stage, revealing La Pequeña Luz standing underneath it with the kind of grin that could light up a room all on its own as she motions with her hands for the fans to get pumped up, which they immediately proceed to do. The SCW World Tag Team Championships can be seen around their waists. The two slowly turn their attention to one another and begin closing the distance, their spotlights following them as they stop within arm’s reach of one another, where Amelia extends her hand and Luz takes it before they pull their bodies close, the center plates of the title belts meeting and the spotlights merging into one piercing through the darkness. When the song goes into the chorus, the two ladies begin to literally waltz their way down to the ring, fast and fluid to keep pace with the song as the spotlight follows their every move, leaving fans mesmerized by their synergy.

Phillips: “And their opponents, they are the SCW World Tag Team Champions; Amelia Blythe and La Pequeña Luz… The Light In The Darkness!”

As the chorus reaches its end and the two find themselves at the bottom of the ramp, they push away from one another as far as their arms will allow without letting go before quickly pointing to the LED screens with their free hands, where the night scene is immediately engulfed in white before transitioning to a video package of the two ladies in action, both together and individually. Slowly, the two release one another, the single spotlight splitting in two again as Amelia makes her way up the steps to walk across the apron on one side, wiping her feet before stepping through the ropes. Luz, meanwhile, hops up onto the apron right in front of her and grabs the top rope before vaulting herself into a somersault into the ring, landing on her feet. She moves to the center of the ring and drops to her knees, cupping her hands together in front of her while Amelia stands right behind her, hands folded before her once again. As Luz lifts her cupped hands upward, the arena lights slowly begin to come back on as Amelia takes her hands and pulls her to her feet, spinning her around one final time into a tight embrace and a soft kiss before the two remove their title belts and pass them to the official, Aaron Demitra. As he holds the title belts up to the acknowledgement of the fans, The Light In The Darkness move to their corner to prepare for battle, with both girls shedding their robes and Amelia also removing her mask.

Sharper: “The Light In The Darkness defending their World Tag Team Championships here tonight after having not done so since winning them back, but it’s hard to fault them given what else they’ve accomplished in their last few matches.”

Knots: “La Pequeña Luz is the number one contender for the United States Championship, Amelia Blythe now has a Trios contract she can use for virtually anything she wants over the next year… tack on as many questions as you want around both of those situations, but it doesn’t change the fact that these two may arguably be the hottest wrestlers on the whole roster right now.”

Sharper: “In the past year alone, Luz and Amelia have been World Tag Team Champions three times, and they’ve held those titles in one form or another for most of it. There’s no argument that SCW has probably the best tag team division in the entire world, and a lot of what it is today can be attributed to these two.”

Knots: “That said, both of their previous reigns have ended in Breakdown defenses, and with the extra pressure of the main event spotlight tonight, we could see them crack all over again!”

Sharper: “And folks, if you’re wondering, we will stay with this until the end. Thank you to all of our broadcasting partners. We will stay with this until there is a winner!”

Luz and Amelia talk for a moment about who’s going to start as Katie steps out onto the apron, telling Gigi that she’s got this. Gigi nods and lightly stretches as Luz nods to Amelia before leaving the ring, leaning over the top rope to kiss her cheek to help further motivate her. Aaron Demitra signals for the bell as the fans are roaring in excitement for this match to get underway. Amelia and Gigi circle one another before locking up, only for Amelia to immediately do a standing switch to grab Gigi in a reverse waistlock before lifting her up and taking her down to the mat. She tries to apply a hammerlock to Gigi’s arm, but she quickly twists and slips free of Amelia’s grasp before getting back to her feet. She throws a kick to try and catch Amelia while she’s rising, but Amelia grabs her foot. Gigi hops on one leg for a moment before she quickly tries for an enzuigiri, but Amelia ducks her head and Gigi ends up back on the mat, though she quickly twists around and kicks Amelia off before she can try to apply anything. Both women get back to their feet and Amelia rushes in, but Gigi catches her in a small package pin!

1!

2!

Amelia kicks out! She quickly scoots back into her team’s corner as Gigi gets up to one knee, the two locking eyes as Amelia nods to her.

Sharper: “Evenly matched here in the early going of this contest, and you saw Amelia nodding to Gigi after that quick pin attempt.”

Knots: “Gigi caught her last time to end their previous reign. She’s keeping her on her toes, and Amelia hasn’t forgotten!”

Amelia pulls herself back to her feet, briefly talking with Luz before they agree not to make a tag just yet as Amelia resets herself, meeting Gigi in the center of the ring once again. They go to lock up, only for Gigi to try and kick Amelia in the gut again. Amelia once again catches her foot, but this time she pulls her in and rattles her with a european uppercut! Gigi staggers back as Amelia goes for another one, but Gigi manages to hook her arm and ducks underneath, grabbing Amelia’s other arm and pulling her into a backslide! Aaron Demitra slides into position but Amelia shifts her weight to escape the pin before a count is even started, rolling through before pulling Gigi up into a hammerlock DDT position! Gigi quickly spins out of the Eye-Opener attempt and runs off the ropes, with Katie reaching out and tagging her as she rebounds. Amelia tries to grab Gigi but she slides between her legs, leaving her open as Katie enters the ring and catches her with a running jumping knee smash! Gigi follows this up with a bulldog, and as she rolls out to the apron Katie delivers a breakdance leg drop to the back of Amelia’s head! She rolls Amelia over into a cover, hooking the leg.

1!

2!

Amelia kicks out! Katie drags Amelia over to her team’s corner and tags Gigi back in, choking Amelia against the turnbuckle with her foot while Gigi jogs to the opposite side of the ring, staying well out of Luz’s reach before she charges in, delivering a corner basement dropkick as Katie moves away!

Sharper: “Stewards in control now and this is how they managed to dethrone The Light In The Darkness last time. Overwhelming them with aggressive offense.”

Knots: “We’ve seen Luz and Amelia prove they can learn from their defeats, though, so Katie and Gigi better be careful going back to this well once again.”

Katie steps out onto the apron, but she’s quickly tagged back in by Gigi. They both grab Amelia’s arms and start to pull her out of the corner, only to whip her back against the turnbuckles. Amelia winces as they then take her out of the corner with a double hip toss! Gigi returns to the apron as Katie quickly goes for another cover.

Amelia kicks out as Luz also enters and breaks up the count! She quickly returns to her corner when asked by Aaron Demitra as Katie watches her exit before moving to grab Amelia’s legs. She steps through, perhaps thinking sharpshooter, but Amelia manages to pick her other leg and take her down before applying a kneebar! Katie screams as she flails her arms around, trying to grab the ropes that are nowhere close, refusing to submit when Demitra asks her. Gigi steps into the ring and goes to stomp on Amelia to break it up, but Amelia grabs Gigi’s foot and yanks her to the mat before putting her in a kneebar as well! The fans are roaring as both Stewards try to pull themselves free of this double submission, with Luz standing on the middle rope and motioning for the fans to cheer Amelia on.

Knots: “Amelia with kneebars in stereo!”

Sharper: “This young woman’s technical ability is truly a sight to behold every chance we get to see her in action.”

Amelia releases the double kneebars, letting Katie and Gigi pull away as she crawls towards her corner, making the tag to Luz. Luz climbs to the top turnbuckle, and once Katie and Gigi help each other back to their feet, Amelia launches Luz at them with the Spicy Toss! Gigi rolls towards the ropes as Luz focuses on Katie, making sure she’s in position before delivering a beautiful standing moonsault! She makes the cover, hooking the leg.

Gigi dives in and breaks up the pin! She pulls Luz to her feet and whips her into the corner, the adrenaline rush preventing her from realizing it’s her team’s corner she ended up in. Amelia tags herself in as Gigi rushes in and hits a big splash… only for Luz to absorb the impact and grab her before walking her out to the center of the ring with a bearhug! Gigi’s eyes are wide as she’s shaking her head, watching as Amelia enters and runs past them, rebounding off the ropes and running past again before springboarding off the middle rope and taking Gigi’s head off with the Spellraiser! They both start to get back to their feet just as Katie charges in, only to get caught as The Light In The Darkness lift her up and take her down with the Guiding Light!

Sharper: “You mentioned earlier Jon how Luz and Amelia have a knack for learning from their defeats and evolving because of it, and we’re seeing a lot of brand new offense from them tonight.”

Knots: “They may have been focused on solo runs this past month, but they’re arguably the best tag team in SCW today for a reason!”

Luz steps back out onto the apron as Amelia pulls Katie back to her feet, bringing her over to tag Luz back in. Luz climbs to the top turnbuckle as Amelia hoists Katie up into an electric chair. She leaps off with a crossbody as Amelia falls back with an electric chair drop, completing Katie’s Transatlantic Flight! Amelia rolls out onto the apron as Luz makes the cover, hooking the leg.

Katie gets a shoulder up! Luz is undeterred as she pulls Katie back to her feet while holding her arm, delivering an open palm strike across the chest to stun her before she goes to run up the ropes, but Katie cups her free hand around her mouth and unleashes a Goddess Scream! Luz is stunned, somehow managing to maintain her balance on the top rope, and this allows for Katie to bring her down across the top rope in a very uncomfortable fashion! The fans groan as Luz cringes in agony, left straddling the top rope as Katie desperately tags Gigi back in. She climbs to the top turnbuckle and flies off with a missile dropkick that connects with the back of Luz’s head just as Katie catches her in the face with The Botox Injection! Luz ends up falling off the top rope and out to the floor in a heap.

Sharper: “Stewards regain control, but a bad break as Luz falls out to the floor. Remember: Katie and Gigi cannot win the titles if Luz gets counted out.”

Knots: “I know Luz and Amelia wouldn’t want this match to end that way, but that’s assuming Luz even knows where she is after Katie broke the sound barrier!”

Katie slides out of the ring and grabs Luz, pulling her back to her feet before rolling her back into the ring, where Gigi is measuring her. Luz slowly manages to get to her knees, only for Gigi to catch her with a running knee to the face! She makes the cover as Katie starts to celebrate on the floor.

Amelia dives in and breaks up the pin! Katie turns and realizes that Team Desire haven’t won back the titles just yet, shrieking in fury as she reaches in and grabs Amelia’s ankle, pulling her out to the apron before she’s stunned by a european uppercut! Katie staggers back as Amelia pulls herself up on the apron, getting a bit of a running start before she flies off the apron with a standing shooting star press that takes Katie down! Gigi tries to ignore this, knowing that she and Luz are legal as she measures a slow-rising Luz once more before attempting another running knee, only for Luz to duck this one! Gigi quickly gets her bearings, but Luz is already running off the ropes and catches her with the Flash Freeze! All four women are down both in and out of the ring as the fans are roaring for this match.

Sharper: “All four competitors down and Team Desire being reminded the hard way that The Light In The Darkness don’t give up that easily!”

Knots: “Going to have to work just a little bit harder before you can celebrate, Katie!”

Luz and Gigi pull themselves back to their feet, eyeing one another carefully before they start trading forearm shots, the fans cheering them both on with every strike as neither woman backs down. Amelia has also pulled herself up on the outside, moving to return to her team’s corner only to stop as Katie grabs her ankle. She begins using Amelia to try and pull herself back to her feet, which only opens her up to another european uppercut! Katie stumbled back as Amelia goes to return to her corner again, but Katie reaches out and grabs her arm to stop her. Amelia tries to respond with yet another european uppercut, but Katie stops her with a thumb to the eye! Amelia growls and rubs her eye as Katie pulls her in for a DDT out on the floor. Meanwhile, Luz has gotten the upper hand in the forearm battle, staggering Gigi before she runs off the ropes. Gigi tries for a clothesline but Luz ducks underneath, and just as Katie flips her hair out on the floor, Luz dives through the middle and bottom ropes with a topé suicida that drives Katie into the barricade and saves Amelia!

Sharper: “Katie perhaps looking to take Amelia out of the equation for good, but Luz looking out for her partner!”

Knots: “She needs to be looking out for Gigi though!”

Luz goes to slide back into the ring, only for Gigi to catch her with the Nirvana! Gigi quickly makes the cover, getting a deep hook on the leg.

Amelia quickly scrambles back to her feet only for Gigi to grab her for the I.D.U. Amelia, however, shoves her off right into Luz, who lifts her up into a delayed flapjack! The bell rings and the fans erupt as “In the Name of Love” by Arion feat. Cyan Kicks hits again. Amelia rolls off of Gigi, with Luz immediately embracing her.

Phillips: “Here are your winners, and STILL SCW World Tag Team Champions… The Light In The Darkness!”

Sharper: “An incredible fight from the Stewards here tonight, but The Light In The Darkness learning from their last 2-on-2 battle and coming prepared with something brand new they call the Moonlight Conjuring!”

Knots: “They knew Katie and Gigi had the Wisteria Waltz well scouted, so they changed things up and kept this title reign going!”

Amelia and Luz share a kiss before Aaron Demitra interrupts to hand them the SCW World Tag Team Championships, raising their arms in victory. TJ Johnson runs around the ring to check on Katie, who is recovering out on the floor and looks furious.

Sharper: “The Light In The Darkness standing tall here tonight, adding to their already impressive momentum coming out of Apocalypse.”

Knots: “They know they’re getting more eyes on them now, and if tonight was any indication, they look ready to take on any challenge that comes their way!”

Sharper: “That’s all from us for an incredible night from Buffalo! Good night everybody!”

Luz and Amelia move to stand on the ropes, holding the SCW World Tag Team Championships high as they join hands, smiling and taking in the incredible reaction from the fans as the scene slowly fades out…
