“Supreme Championship
Wrestling...”
A shot of Kelcey Wallace nailing
Bree Lancaster with the Perfect Ending, followed by a shot of Steve Griffin
hitting the Decimator off the top rope on CHBK at the first Rise to Greatness,
before turning a shot of Jake Starr pumping up the crowd on his way to the
ring, before turning into a shot of Ravyn Taylor sitting in the corner, waiting
for the start of a match. We then see a shot of Katie Steward holding the
Women’s Championship before cutting to a shot of Selena Frost hitting Vixen
Cain with the Defying Gravity at Supreme Saturday: Just Desserts.
“The leading force in sports and
entertainment today....”
MAIN SHOW:
We open with a slow-motion shot
of Owen Cruze holding the SCW World Championship over his head.
Cruze: “This…this is my
redemption. To stand here…as Champion.”
We cut to a shot of Owen Cruze
hitting Deanna Frost with the ODE. We then cut to a shot of Kimberly Williams
standing across from Owen.
Kim: “Everyone thinks I don’t
care. They’re wrong. I just care about different things.”
We cut to see Kim holding her
Underground Championship while bloodied. Following this, we see a shot of Kim
pulling Sarah Wolf off the top of a scaffold through a crash pan. Shots of Owen
Cruze throwing weapons into the ring as Kimberly Williams smiles.
Kim: “You want to enter my world,
great. Just know what you’re asking for.”
Kim throwing chairs in the ring
as Owen Cruze stands in the ring during his match with Deanna Frost. We cut to
see Kimberly Williams skipping backstage before seeing her cackling at
ringside. Owen Cruze is shown diving off the top rope onto Xander Valentine.
Owen: “I asked for it. I got it.
I want it. I am not afraid.”
Kim: “Underground Title…World
Title…on the same level.”
The scene abruptly goes to black.
We then cut to see The One stomping Deanna’s arm while Selena tries to support
her in the Chamber match. Deanna yelling in pain is shown before showing her
arm in a cast.
The One: “It’s time for some new
blood at the top.”
The One is shown, shots of her
attacking Beard, Sarah Wolf, Konrad Raab and others.
The One: “I’m sick of the Frosts
dominating. And sometimes you need to shake things up.”
We then cut to see Ducky getting
thrown down by Dancing Bear during the Trios Tournament. This is followed by a
shot of Pro trying to attack Hairless Penguin and Dancing Bear. The One is then
shown standing with Nicole.
The One: “And I’ve found someone
as focused as I am.”
We then cut to a shot of Deanna
and Selena with the SCW World Tag Team Championship.
Deanna: “So this is the plan? To
injure me? To take us out?
We see a shot of Deanna wincing
in the ring, with the cast on her arm.
Selena: “We’ve been here before.
And you want to take this. Fine…you found your partner. Nicole, I know you
well.”
We see shots of Selena and Ducky
interacting at her “Birthday Bash” back in October. We then see shots of The
One and Selena Frost fighting in the ring during the Trios Tournament. We see
The One celebrating after winning that match.
Deanna: “You’re going to regret
this.”
The One: “Count the
minutes…Frosts.”
The scene cuts to black.
The
scene opens with a shot of several computer-animated robots on a conveyor belt
before the camera spins around to show the inside of one with a beating heart
before zooming out to show the robot breaking off the assembly line and
standing up before the Body, Heart & Soul logo comes up on the screen.
A few
moments pass before the scene opens inside the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville,
Tennessee. The crowd roars as pyro shoots out from the entrance way and into
the air. The pyro display continues for a few moments before spotlights circle
the ring. The cameras pan across the crowd as the fans cheer.
Sharper:
“We are in Music City, Tennessee for Body, Heart and Soul 2023!”
The
cameras continue to pan across the crowd before cutting down to ringside where
Adam Sharper, Jonathan Knots and Simon Lyman stand next to the ring.
Sharper:
“Hello again everyone. Adam Sharper here to call the action alongside Simon
Lyman and Jonathan Knots and a big night tonight.”
Lyman:
“World Title on the line. Underground Title on the line. Kimberly Williams
looks to reach the top of the mountain and Owen Cruze gave her the opportunity
in her match!”
Knots:
“And then what about the World Tag Titles on the line. The House of Frost looks
to stop Pro and The One in their attempt to shake everything up. And trust me,
it’s become personal!”
Lyman:
“Not only that, but Kandis looks to make sure someone isn’t in her way. She
faces Asher Hayes tonight. Kandis has been putting a lot of pressure on herself
to prove she deserves the shot she had last April before injury took her out.
Asher Hayes is looking to finally get closer to the title that’s eluded him.”
Sharper:
“And we have a huge tag match – Syren and Xander Valentine facing Ravyn Taylor
and Adam Allocco. Rivals, family members. It’s all coming to a head tonight!”
Chance
Owens vs. Josh Hudson
SCW
United States Championship
Phillips: “The following match
is scheduled for one fall, and is for the SCW United States Championship!
Introducing first, the challenger....”
Jagged green lights play across the screen and the stage as a voice that can
only belong to the one and only Chris Jericho belts out the words to
"Wolves At Bay.”
“You like to hunt, your game is fear
I was the one, your souvenir
This is a fight, the one that you've been asking for
You did incite the call for us to go to war”
Spotlights move around near the entranceway and one of them catches someone's
right arm in its beam.
“Pushing and pushing
Giving me no choice
Humiliate, intimidate
Until I hit the breaking point”
The spotlights are still moving around on the stage as the lights on the screen
start forming a pattern. One of the moving spotlights dances across someone's
left leg.
Back to the wall
Keeping the wolves at bay
Fight my way out
'Cause it's the only way”
The lights on the screen settle into a final configuration spelling out the
name "Chance Owens". The person in question comes out to stand on the
stage under some of the spotlights.
Phillips: “Currently residing in Denver, Colorado, he is the Roadblock...
Chance Owens!”
Chance shields his eyes for a moment before heading down the ramp toward the
ring, the lights catching the white tape over his hands going up to the second
knuckle on each finger. He doesn't notice the crowd's response (or lack thereof)...
Or does he? Chance slides into the ring and acknowledges the crowd with a grin
before going to his corner He stretches his wrists as the music fades out.
Sharper: “Interesting matchup here, Chance Owens was on a Trios team with Josh
Hudson. Hudson blames Owens for their teams failure. That animosity led us
here.”
Lyman: “This is a huge opportunity for Chance. A newcomer to SCW, a rookie, and
he's challenging one of the most decorated athletes in SCW. Hall of Famer.
Former World Champion. If he gets this win, he will be catapulted to stardom.”
Knots: “Key word there Simon, is IF. Josh Hudson isn't gonna make it easy for
this kid. He doesn't make it easy for anyone.”
"Duality” by Slipknot blares through the PA system. The cameras show the
crowd who begin cheering before zooming in at the entrance way, where Josh
Hudson steps out. He wears a sleeveless black hoodie, the United States
Championship belt slung over his shoulder, as he slowly makes his way down the
ramp.
Phillips: “And his opponent... from New York City, he is the reigning SCW
United States Champion... Josh Hudson!”
Hudson reaches the bottom of the ramp and he looks out to the crowd before
making his way up the ring steps, and climbs into the ring. He goes to the
bottom right hand corner, climbing to the top rope, and staring out at the
crowd once again, as he lifts the title belt into the air, earning more cheers
before he climbs down. Hudson hands the belt to the official and turns to face
Owens, giving him a staredown.
Sharper: “Hudson looking focused.”
Knots: “He usually is.”
Lyman: “Let's not overlook Chance Owens here, he's the face of determination
right there. He knows how important this match is for his career.”
The bell rings. Owens explodes towards Hudson, looking to flatten him with a
clothesline. Hudson ducks it. Owens bounce off the ropes as Hudson turns
around. Owens tries for the clothesline again. This time Hudson blocks it,
grabbing Owens' arm and locking on a standing armbar. He smirks and shakes his
head, the quickly transitions Owens into a hammerlock. Owens winces, then ducks
and spins out of it. Hudson, still with wrist control, spins Owens around and
reapplies the hammerlock, this time pulling the arm up tighter, at a higher
angle. Owens tries to escape again, but can't make the spin. He winces, but
stops struggling. Hudson holds tight. Owens suddenly plants one foot down hard
and shoves backwards. Hudson takes a few steps backwards, keeping his balance
but loosening the hold. Owens spins out again. He grabs Hudson's arm and tries
to send him across, but Hudson counters and reverses, but instead of sending
Owens across, he drills him with a short-arm clothesline. Owens goes down hard
on his back, but kips up a second later. Hudson steps back, a single nod of his
head in acknowledgment. Owens smirks and puts his hands up.
Sharper: “Chance Owens was trying to get a fast start over the veteran here,
but Hudson was ready for it.”
Lyman: “Chance is keeping up with Josh so far, and Josh seems to be impressed.”
Owens then gives a 'let's go' motion. Hudson wastes no time, he steps up and
the two lock up. Hudson gets the advantage at first, trying to work Owens into
a corner, but Owens powers back, showing his strength, and moves Hudson back to
the center. Hudson seems surprised by this, and his momentary hesitation gives
Owens the opening to switch around and grab Hudson from behind. He then picks
up and drops Hudson with a full nelson slam. The crowd oohs. Owens steps back
and grins at his work. Hudson quickly gets up, catching Owens off guard. Hudson
grabs him and spins him around then flings him overhead with a German suplex.
The crowd cheers. Hudson keeps the hold, rolls through, and plants another one.
This time he bridges for a pin.
1!
2!
Owens kicks out. Hudson stands up and Owens gets to his feet. Owens steps up
and nails Hudson with a forearm. Hudson swings back with a hard jab to the jaw.
Owens steps back, but fires back with an uppercut. Hudson eats it with barely a
reaction, then hits a spinning back elbow. Owens turns and leans over, holding
his jaw. Hudson grabs him from the front and lands a belly to belly suplex.
Hudson turns as Owens is still down. He goes for a knee drop, but Owens rolls
out of the way. Hudson hits his knee hard and stays down, clutching at it.
Sharper: “A rare miscue for the veteran and Chance Owens has a... well, chance,
to recover and maybe take advantage here.”
Lyman: “That's the problem with being a veteran. You're older, had more injury,
and the joints just don't recover as fast as they used to.”
Knots: “Speaking from experience, I take it?”
Lyman doesn't reply as Owens gets to his feet. He sees Hudson still kneeling,
rubbing his knee, and smirks. Owens goes over and kicks Hudson in the ribs,
knocking him over, He then grabs the leg with the hurt knee and applies a
Boston crab. The crowd oohs, with a few boos. Hudson grimaces, yet doesn't
panic, as most in a submission would do. Owens pulls harder. Hudson grits his
teeth, and punches his fist into the mat one time. The official asks, and
Hudson shakes his head no. He then uses his closed fists to push his chest up
off the mat, relieving some of the pressure. Owens tries to adjust his hold,
but Hudson gets a shoulder underneath him and rolls through, pulling Owens over
with his leg. Owens rolls through too though, still grabbing the leg, and into
a roll-up pin.
1!
2!
Hudson kicks out.
Lyman: “Wow, what a counter and roll up by Owens! Nearly pulled the win right
out from under Hudson!”
Sharper: “Nearly is right, that was a very close count. And Hudson doesn't look
happy with it.”
Hudson gets to his knees and stares at Owens. Owens gets up, and they get to
their feet at the same time. They stand face to face about a foot apart, both
staring with intensity. The crowd roars. Champion and challenger exchange
words, increasing in volume and ferocity, until Owens breaks and fires off a
chop across Hudson's chest. The crowd oohs. Hudson looks down at himself, then
back up at Owens. Using both hands Hudson shoves Owens backwards hard. Owens
stumbles, but regains his footing quickly and lunges with a forearm. Hudson
takes it, then hits a spinning back elbow. Owens staggers backwards. Hudson
follows and grabs him, maneuvering to grab him from behind, then hits a snap
suplex. He turns and makes a cover.
1!
2!
Owens gets a shoulder up. The crowd oohs.
Sharper: “Intense face off there led to a near fall for Hudson.”
Knots: “Gotta give Chance credit here for keeping up with the champ, and he
could still win this”
Lyman: “It's been fairly even so far, you're right Jon. It's either man's match
to lose at this point.”
Hudson is up and Owens gets up. Hudson grabs Owens and whips him across the
ring. Owens bounces off the ropes and Hudson goes for a back elbow. Owens ducks
it though and hits the other side. Hudson spins through and turns to face
Owens... only to be drilled with a spear! The crowd oohs as Owens makes a
cover, hooking a leg.
1!
2!
Hudson kicks out. Owens sits up and punches the mat. Hudson holds his ribs in
pain.
Sharper: “Chance Owens again nearly put the champion away! Spear out of
nowhere!”
Knots: “And a stiff one too, look how Hudson is covering his ribs. Owens must
have a shoulder of steel.”
Lyman: “He has the drive to become a champion, Jon!”
Hudson turns over, and starts to get up on his hands and knees. Owens is still
seated, upset that the spear didn't put Hudson away. Hudson, behind Owens,
realizes that Owens isn't paying attention to him. He gets to his feet, and
stalks Owens from behind. Owens senses movement, likely the canvas moving
slightly from the steps, and quickly gets to his feet, spinning around as he
does. He's vertical just long enough for Hudson to absolutely drill him with a
spinning heel kick. The crowd roars as Owens goes down. Hudson drops and gets
behind Owens and locks on the Sever(in) Mission! The crowd oohs and roars as
Owens tries to fight out of it, reaching for the ropes about a foot away.
Sharper: “Sever(in) Mission! That crossface hold is no joke!”
Lyman: “That's right, it's modified from the common hold, gripping both the
neck and head. Tighter control.”
Knots: “Look at Chance though! He's almost got his legs under him!”
Owens, realizing he was too far away from the ropes, fights to get his legs out
to push out of the hold. Hudson pulls harder, but Owens does it! He sits up and
nearly gets free, but Hudson holds tight and rolls through and reapplies the
hold, this time in the center of the ring and pulling back so hard Owens' back
arches in the wrong direction. Both men yell in determination, Hudson to make
Owens tap and Owens to fight through and somehow escape. Owens tries to sway
his upper body to loosen the grip, but Hudson starts shaking his head up and
down, increasing the pressure on the neck. After a few seconds of this, Owens
breaks and taps. The crowd roars as the bell rings. Hudson waits a moment or
two before letting go.
Phillips: “Here is your winner, by submission, and STILL SCW United States
Champion... Josh Hudson!”
Hudson gets up and his handed the title belt, then the official raises his arm.
Owens turns to his back, rubbing his throat and catching his breath.
Sharper: “Chance Owens gave it everything and nearly had Josh Hudson beat more
than once, but he let his emotions get the better of him, took his eyes off the
veteran champion... and got caught.”
Knots: “Lesson learned, never give your back to your opponent, even if you
think they're down.”
Lyman: “I'm sure it's one Owens won't soon forget. Josh Hudson remains
champion, but Chance Owens has proven, I think, that he is someone serious
about this business and this company. Keep your eyes on him, folks.”
Hudson turns as Owens gets to his feet, one arm still holding his neck. They
stare off, and Hudson gives Owens one nod before dropping and exiting the ring.
He backs up to the ramp and holds the belt overhead, drawing cheers, as the
show cuts away.
Backstage, we see Kimberly
Williams sitting with Angelica Jones. WASLEY is next to Kim, but Kim is looking
at the Underground Championship while Angelica Jones talks to her. Fans can’t
hear what advice the Dragon is giving Kim.
Sharper: “There you see the
challenger to the World Championship tonight. Kim as serious and focused as
we’ve seen her. She may be eccentric, but she gives a damn.”
Knots: “A big change from last
year.”
Lyman: “A lot has changed
since then.”
We then cut to show Owen Cruze
in his locker room. The SCW World Championship is next to him as he starts to
lay out his gear.
Sharper: “And there is the SCW
World Champion, and challenger to the SCW Underground Championship tonight.
Both titles on the line.”
Knots: “The fool took an
Underground Rules match.”
Sharper: “We could very well
see a new World Champion tonight.”
The camera remains on Owen for
a few moments longer before we cut back to the arena.
The cameras pan to show Jenni
Anderson seated in her familiar location in the corporate boxes of the
Bridgestone Arena.
Sharper: “And we see Jenni
Anderson watching the action. We still don’t get what she is angling at. She
has an in with SCW’s Board of Directors.”
Lyman: “Those documents we saw
from Kandis. I still have questions there. I mean, it’s great fans support
Kandis. They want to see people succeed or fail in the ring. But Jenni was
pulling something with that.”
Knots: “Where did she get the
docs from?”
Sharper: “So what is her
access and why?”
Lyman: “Wait…who’s that in the
box next to her?”
To the left of Jenni’s box, we
see another familiar face walking over and sitting down in the front seat…Blake
Mason.
Sharper: “That’s Blake Mason!”
Knots: “The hell is he doing
here?”
Sharper: “Now we have more
questions. Maybe Jessica Winters can go up and see if he’s here for something
more than just checking out the show.”
The camera focuses on Blake
Mason for a few moments longer before we cut to the ring.
Alexis
Quinne vs. Hairless Penguin
The eyes all focus on the
stage. The lights grow dim. Opening strum of Rage Against the Machine's Calm
Like a Bomb plays. White house lights illuminate the ramp.
Feel the funk blast
Feel the funk blast
FEEL THE FUNK BLAST
The house lights turn blue, red, green, etc. Alexis Quinne steps out through
the curtains. She is dressed in a yellow and black jacket along with a yellow
and red sugar mask with black trim. The jacket has "VOYAGERS" plastered
in the front. Alexis slowly turns around, revealing "Quinne" on the
back and the number 0 underneath. While doing so, she removes her mask, before
turning back around. Quinne starts heard down to the ring.
Phillips: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first,
from San Francisco, California...This. Is. Alexis Quinne!
Alexis tosses her mask into the crowd while approaching the ring. She extends
her arms, clenching her fist. Reaching ringside the camera does the classic
rotation that it used to do for her entrances. The crowd roars. Alexis ascends
up the steel steps. She rest her head on top of the turnbuckle before climbing
up the turnbuckle and raises her fist in the air. The crowd cheers and Alexis
peers at the crowd. She jumps into the ring and takes off her jacket. From
there, she climbs up the top turnbuckle and waits for her opponent.
Sharper: Alexis Quinne entered this year with a clear goal; and that's to work
her way back to wrestling for titles. So far in the new year, she has not lost
a match.
Lyman: Yeah she's been really sharp. She's hard on herself. Didn't feel she
personally accomplished a lot in her first year back. Missed out on a few
titles. But Adam all the greats are hard on themselves.
Knots: Yeah but didn't she wrestle a match yesterday in Cali? How is she even
ready for this match? Was she downing decaf all day?
Sharper: You bring up a fair point. Alexis is 24 hours removed from wrestling
in an upstart promotion in San Diego. Took a flight immediately after the match
to get here. The body does not love going though time zones like that nor
additional punishment. Something to keep an eye on.
Alexis' eyes turn to the ramp as the crowd roars as jaunty and generic royalty
free music begins to play throughout the arena. On the big screen, a unicorn
gallops across a beautiful, flowery field, leaving petals exploding into the
air underneath its hooves. It gets closer to the camera as it prepares to fly
off, but not before evacuating its bowels, which take the form of letters in a
bubble font, reading:
Lexy Chapel Presents
HAPPY FARMSTEAD FRIENDS
From behind the curtain Hairless Penguin emerges, clad in his mask and his
tailor made suit. He makes his way to the center of the stage before Lexy
Chapel makes her way out behind him, squeezing in between to take her place on
center stage. She physically and literally presents Penguin with her arms at
her sides. Hairless Penguin poses stoically. After a moment of fantastical
posing, they begin to make their way down the ramp.
Phillips: Introducing her opponent, accompanied to the ring by Lexy Chapel,
from The Farmstead, weighing in at one hundred, forty pounds, the
Hairless....Penguinnnn!
Lexy smiles widely as Penguin awkwardly strolls down the ramp. Hairless Penguin
makes his way up the steps. Lexy takes her place on the outside of the ring,
searching for the nearest child to remind them to tell their parents to buy
some Happy Farmstead Friends merchandise. Hairless Penguin enters the ring,
throwing his arms up in the air with uncertainty. Alexis is seen motioning for
the referee to walk towards her. When he does, she leans down, talking in his
ear and pointing at Lexy. The crowd cheers as Penguin's music fades.
Lyman: Poor Penguin. Lexy is still forcing him to wear that suit to wrestle. he
has to be burning up.
Knots: You heard her! If he wants to be a champion, he has to look the part.
Look the part, be the part.
Sharper: And look at Quinne. She's alerting the referee of her presence at
ringside. Trying to get ahead of any potential shenanigans Lexy may pull.
Knots: The kids would say she's dry snitching. Do they still say that?
Alexis scowls towards Lexy while Penguin is seen jumping up and down. The
referee walks across the ring and pats down Penguin. Lexy is in his corner on
the outside yelling at him, trying to pump him up. Alexis hops off the top
turnbuckle and storms to the ropes. She steps to the apron, glaring at Lexy.
Lexy jukes back, shouting at the referee to stop Alexis. The referee instructs
Alexis to get back in the ring. Alexis shoos off the referee and then hops down
to the floor. Lexy scrams, running around the ring hysterically. The crowd
laughs. Penguin looks puzzled on the outside. The referee slides underneath the
bottom rope onto the floor, stepping in between Alexis. He points to the ring,
ordering her to enter. Meanwhile, Lexy is now on the other side of the ring,
panting. She then yells at Penguin and points to Alexis. Alexis is barking at
the referee. Penguin twist his head toward Lexy, then Alexis, then back at
Lexy. He then runs to the ropes by Lexy, bounces off and then jump over the top
rope and crashes onto Alexis with the Senton!
Knots: Look at Penguin! Hot damn!
Lyman: I'm not exactly sure why Alexis was trying to go after Lexy. Maybe
trying to take her out so she wouldn't be distraction but she took her eye off
the ball.
Sharper: It was Lexy. Lexy tipped Penguin off and he saw the opportunity.
Penguin dust off his suit and roars to the crowd. The crowd responds back as
Lexy jumps up and down with glee. He grabs Alexis from the floor and tosses her
into the ring. The referee slides in and then signals for the bell. Penguin
immediately jumps on the apron and then scales up the top rope. Alexis
struggles to her feet, scrambling. Penguin flies off and lands on her with a
Crossbody; holding on the legs for a pinfall;
1!
2!
Alexis powers out. Lexy slams the mat, yelling at Penguin to follow up. Penguin
snatches Alexis off the ground and then sends her towards the corner. Alexis'
back slams against the turnbuckles hard and he charges. He leaps up and
collapses on her with a corner splash. Penguin then runs to the ropes as Alexis
stumbles forward. He bounces off the ropes and flies in the air with a forearm.
Alexis sidesteps and Penguin lands forearm first on the mat. The crowd laughs a
bit as Lexy shakes her head. Alexis leans against the ropes, placing her hands
on her chest before approaching Penguin and starts mounting him, forearming him
in the face.
Lyman: Swing and a miss by Penguin there and now Quinne is going to pounce.
Sharper: Quinne had the awareness to get out of the way. She's been behind the
eight ball to start and now she can start trying to take some momentum for
herself here.
Knots: Lexy isn't happy about that!
Alexis lays hers shots in while the referee towers over her, reprimanding her.
Alexis throws her arms up, twist her head and eyes the ref, before turning back
to Penguin, leaning down and biting the top of his head. Penguin yelps as the
ref counts down;
1!
2!
3!
4!
Alexis lets go. Lexy yells at the referee, pointing to Alexis. Alexis turns her
head and gives a hostile look towards Lexy. Alexis stands up and then yanks the
mask of Penguin, pulling him up. She elbows him in the face before whipping him
across the ring, but Penguin reveres and sends Alexis. Alexis comes off the
ropes and Penguin swings wildly. Alexis slides underneath the legs. Alexis then
hops on his back, grapevining her legs around his waist and applying a sleeper
hold! The crowd cheers as Penguin flails his arms as Alexis works to clinch it
in. Penguin extends his arms, reaching for the top ropes. Penguin spins around
a few times, trying to pry Alexis off of him. Penguin then inches towards the
ropes and then grabs the top rope. The crowd cheers as Alexis then hops off.
She then grabs the back of Penguin's head and runs his eyes through the top
rope. Penguin yells, falling to the canvas holding her eyes. The crowd boo
Alexis a bit as the referee gives Alexis a warning.
Knots: DQ'ed her ref! She's playing dirty.
Lyman: What's the thing we say about Alexis Quinne? She rides the line of
bending the rules and breaking them. With her size, she resorts to read and
react instincts. Use any surrounding to her advantage.
Sharper: Both of these wrestlers like when the pace is frenetic. And this is
right up their alley.
Alexis then walks over to Penguin and stomps him in the midsection. Penguin
groans, rolling around in the ring. Alexis then slowly brings Penguin to his
feet. Penguin surprises with a shot to the gut. Alexis halts and then Penguin
lands another. He reaches up, clutching the back of his neck for a moment,
before chopping Alexis across her chest. Alexis winces, stumbling backwards.
Penguin then lands another. He then whips Alexis across the ring. Alexis runs
towards the ropes and then bounces back. Penguin steps forward, picking up
Alexis and tilting her up in the air. Alexis manages to get her two feet on
Penguin's neck, one of each side and then pulling her down with a Headscissors.
Lexy closes her eyes as Penguin goes down. Alexis gets back to her feet as does
Penguin. Alexis lunges at him, rolling forward and nailing Penguin on the top
of his head with a rolling wheel kick. Penguin drops to the canvas and Alexis
scrambles over for a pinfall;
1!
2!
Penguin rolls the shoulder at two. Alexis nods before standing back up. The
crowd buzzes a bit as Alexis then backpeddles towards the corner until her back
touches the turnbuckle. Penguin stirs, rolling over and then pulling himself up
in a seated position. Alexis charges and connects with a Shinning Wizard. The
crowd cheers and she makes another pin attempt;
1!
2!
Penguin kicks out at two!
Sharper: Penguin kicks out at two. Right now Alexis Quinne has gained control
of this match after initially being caught off guard by Hairless Penguin's
strong start.
Lyman: And she's going fast, too. Which is interesting. You mentioned earlier
both of these guys are quick on their feet. Quinne is unique where she speeds
people up but it's not typical high flying. She attacks in angles.
Knots: This is not what Lexy wanted. Clearly Penguin has more training to do in
order to be a champion!
Alexis claps her hands, grinning a bit as Penguin stirs in the ring. Alexis
keeps her eye on Penguin, waiting for her to get to his feet. Penguin does and
then fires off a forearm shot to Alexis. Alexis takes a step back but smirks.
She looks at the crowd and chuckles. The crowd cheers a bit as Alexis motions
for them to make noise. She turns to Penguin, mouthing to him to hit her again.
Penguin then rears back and lands another forearm shot takes sends Alexis back
a bit more. She stays on her feet, smirking. She then steps on his foot,
causing him to hop on on leg and holding the injured foot. The referee glares
at Alexis before then at Penguin. Alexis shrugs before she runs to the ropes.
As her back hits the ropes, Lexy reaches underneath the rope and trips Alexis
up. Alexis crashes body first onto the mat and Lexy quickly scurries to the
steel steps, lowering on the bottom rope.
Penguin, meanwhile, shakes off his injured foot and sees Alexis on the mat,
gritting her teeth. Penguin quickly picks her up, cradles her neck and runs up
the corner and then sends her down with the Sliced Bread #2. There's cheers
heard as Penguin goes and covers;
1!
2!
Alexis rolls the shoulder at two.
Sharper: And look at that! Lexy Chapel getting involved in this match. I don't
think Penguin saw what she did there.
Knots: All is fair and love is war, Sharper. Quinne wanted to play dirty. Lexy
is just making things even.
Lyman: Is that what Penguin wants? She made sure he wasn't aware of what was
going on before doing what she did.
Lexy is seen clapping in approval before yelling at Penguin. Penguin adjust his
tie as Alexis stirs. Penguin places a stomp to the small of her back, causing
her to yelp. Penguin then lands another. Alexis crawls a bit towards the ropes
before Penguin stops her by pulling her to her feet. Penguin then shoves Alexis
back first into the corner. Quinne's back hits violently. she stumbles forward
while Penguin takes a step back and then charges and drills her in the chest
with a shotgun dropkick! The crowd oohs as the back of Quinne's neck hits the
top turnbuckle. She crumbles to the bottom rope before he drags across the ring
and covers her;
1!
2!
Alexis gets the shoulder up. The crowd cheers. Lexy gets on the apron and yells
at the referee for a faster count. Penguin then gets back to her feet and
brings Alexis up with him. She pushes her back into the corner and then
proceeds to send multiple stomps to the midsection of Alexis. Each one sent
Quinne further and further down in the corner until she was at the bottom.
Penguin continues to stomp away, drawing cheers from the crowd until the
referee pulls him away. He puts his hands up. In this brief moment, Lexy grabs
a hold of Alexis' head and bashes it into the bottom rope. She then circles
around the steel steps and places her hands in her pockets. the crowd then
boos.
Lyman: There she goes again. Getting involved.
Sharper: Picking her spots. You could argue Alexis provoked her by going after
her to start the match. But Quinne is sharp. She knew this was something that
could happen.
Knots: She started this! Now Lexy is going to help Penguin finish it.
Lexy calls out to Penguin, telling him to follow up. Penguin then picks up
Alexis and whips her across the ring. Alexis hits the corner and Penguin runs
after her. Alexis jumps up and puts both boots in Penguin's face, repelling him
back. She hops on the second rope and then she jumps off, looking for the Ditzy
Tour. Penguin rolls forward, evading this. Alexis lands on her feet. Penguin
turns around and catches Alexis with a Spinning Heel Kick! He watches her drop
and he covers;
1!
2!
Alexis kicks out at two. Penguin looks at the referee and nods before getting
back up. He turns to the crowd and roars at them, garnering cheers from the
crowd. Lexy pouts, telling Penguin to focus. Penguin dust off her suit and
picks up Quinne, decking her with a hard forearm shot. She drops to a knee,
holding the right side of her jaw. Penguin then runs to the ropes. Alexis then
hops on her feet and takes down Penguin on her back before floating over and
then holding onto one of his leg's and head together;
1!
2!
Penguin barely kicks out at two! Alexis glares at the ref and gives her three
fingers. The ref shakes his head. She quickly gets back to her feet.
Sharper: Quinne caught him by surprise and almost got him with that cradle!
Lyman: The Gekijo. One of the many cradles in Alexis' arsenal. This match was
slowing down a bit. Penguin was beating her down but these cradles can come at
any time.
Knots: Yeah and Penguin almost found out the hard way!
Penguin pulls himself off the mat and stuns Alexis without another chop to the
chest. Penguin then grabs Alexis in a headlock and goes to run to the ropes.
Alexis shoves him, causing him to go chest first into the ropes. The ricochet
results in Alexis sliding in and rolling him up in a school girl;
1!
2!
Penguin powers out. Alexis is first to get back up, catching Penguin as he gets
to a seated position and drills him with a front dropkick to the side of his
head. The crowd oohs! Lexy slaps the mat as Quinne falls on top of Penguin;
1!
2!
Penguin kicks out!
Lyman: Sharp, you brought up pace earlier. Alexis has this match picking up
steam again and you saw, right there, sees Penguin trying to get up and
attacking him before he can even whip around to see it.
Knots: Almost gave him a concussion with that dropkick.
Sharper: Quinne seems convinced that she can out run and gun Penguin.
Everything she's done, like you said Simon, is trying to speed up Penguin and
get him to wrestle at her pace.
Alexis sits on the ground and claps her hands to the crowd. They respond by
doing the same as she balls a fist and shows it to them. Penguin starts to stir
and crawls towards the ropes were Lexy is. Alexis staggers to her feet, holding
the back of her head while walking towards Penguin. Lexy is seen reaching
across the ring and grabbing a hold of the right sleeve of Penguin's jacket.
Alexis goes to pull him up and is met with resistance. She then harshly points
towards Lexy, who quickly drops Penguin's sleeve and throws her arms up in the
air. The referee walks over and reprimands Lexy, who shakes her head.
Meanwhile, Penguin uses the ropes to pull himself up. Quinne shouts at Lexy.
She then looks down and sees that Penguin is off the ground. Quickly turning
around, Penguin drills Alexis with a Flying Forearm! The crowd cheers as Alexis
lands on the ropes, slouching on the ropes.
Penguin then grabs Quinne and tosses her to the mat before existing the apron.
Grabbing the top rope, he steels himself. Quinne races back to her feet and
Penguin leaps forward, knocking her down with the Cold Shoulder! The crowd
cheers as does Lexy. Penguin then covers;
1!
2!
Alexis rolls the shoulder at two!
Lyman: Aaah close!
Sharper: Another distraction by Lexy Chapel pays off for Penguin. It seems as
if he's unaware that this is going on. He's talked about wanting to wrestle
fairly and it appears Lexy is allowing him to believe that she has nothing to
do with his success.
Knots: She's there for moral support. That's what a manager does. Puts their
clients in the best spots!
Penguin holds the side of his head and looks up at the referee. He turns to
Lexy, who gives him a goofy thumbs up. Penguin slaps the mat and howls to the
crowd, drawing cheers. He pulls up Alexis and delivers another chop that sends
Alexis backwards. Penguin holds his fist in the air and then runs to the ropes.
Alexis suddenly charges after him and when his back touches the ropes, Alexis
nails a forearm to his face! Alexis yells as the crowd cheers. She turns her
back to Penguin and runs the ropes. Penguin recovers, meeting her in the middle
of the ring and then surprising Quinne by rolling her up in the Balls Deep! The
crowd gasps! Alexis struggles to break free;
1!
2!
Alexis her momentum to roll Penguin over and now has Penguin in the Jack in a
Box Cradle;
1!
2!
Penguin powers out!
Knots: Woah!
Sharper: Both Quinne and Penguin use the small package as a trademark move. If
there's another who could counter the Balls Deep, it's Quinne.
Lyman: If there's another that could get out of the Jack in a Bo, it's Penguin.
That was something.
Lexy slaps the mat in support of Penguin. Both wrestlers reach their feet.
Alexis runs towards Penguin and then contorts her body in the air, latching on
her legs to the waist of Penguin. penguin grabs her, but Quinne uses the
momentum to push off the mat into the wheelbarrow and then does a forward
sommersault to bring him down with a victory roll! The ref runs to make the
cover;
1!
Penguin falls his arms!
2!
Penguin break free at the last second! Quinne then grabs the arm of Penguin and
tries to pin him down and lock in the Primera Ezpereza. Penguin rolls over,
uses the ropes as momentum and then drills a seated Quinne with a double knee
strike! The crowd oohs as Penguin pins her;
1!
2!
Alexis rolls the shoulder! Penguin looks at Lexy. Lexy tells him to end it.
Penguin then jumps up to his feet, removes his suit jacket and tosses it to the
outside to roars! Now in his dress shirt, Penguin exists the ring and starts
climbing up the top rope. Alexis starts to stir as he does. Eventually, she
crawls to the ropes and uses them to get back up. When Penguin reaches the top,
Alexis then slowly climbs up the rope after him, meeting him with a forearm!
Knots: Oooh this doesn't look good!
Sharper: Bad things can happen up on the top rope but these two are in the heat
of the match.
Lyman: Yeah when you get to this stage, it's all fight or flight. One false
move and that could be it.
Alexis fires off rapid fire forearms that rock Penguin. Penguin then responds
with a hard forearm that sends Alexis wobbling. She holds on, using her left
hand to grip the top rope while her right hand swings wildly. Alexis then
manages to get her left hand back on the rope and uses it to look up and bite
the top of Penguin's head! The crowd cheers as he yells. The referee, standing
at a distance, tells Alexis to let go, which she does. Penguin takes a seat on
the top turnbuckle. His shoulders slump. Alexis then climbs to the top
turnbuckle. Lexy then ducks underneath the steel steps and gets to the apron,
grabbing onto Penguin's left ankle. Alexis then spots this and turns her head,
yelling at the ref.
Alexis: Hey! Hey!
Alexis then points to Lexy. The referee sees Lexy. Lexy eyes the ref and then
she hops off the apron, apologizing to him. The ref is heard saying that's her
final warning. Alexis then turns to Penguin and then snaps off a Franksteiner!
The crowd roars as Alexis goes for a cover;
1!
2!
Penguin rolls the shoulder! The crowd oohs!
Sharper: Somehow, the Hairless Penguin survives!
Lyman: Alexis got the ref on high alert with the schemes Lexy was pulling. And
now she's hesitant to get involved. That led directly to that move.
Knots: Which is unfair! She's a manager who cares about her client. That's what
she's paid to do!
Alexis slaps the mat a bit before pulling herself up. She looks down at penguin
before looking at the top rope. The crowd cheers. Alexis squints her eyes at
Penguin before then walking to the corner. She then slowly scales up the
turnbuckle, with her back turned against Penguin. The crowd oohs and rise. Once
she reaches the top rope, she gives the middle finger to Lexy! Lexy yells at
her before Alexis takes a deep breath and then hits the Thousand Sunny! The
crowd roars as Alexis lays on Penguin;
1!
2!
3!
Alexis rolls over, throwing her arms in the air. "Calm Like a Bomb"
hits the PA system!
Phillips: Here's your winner...Alexis Quinne!
Sharper: Quinne does it! With the Thousand Sunny. When is the last time she's
pulled that out?
Lyman She won the World title with that move. Like you said, she rarely goes to
that. But that goes to show the level that Hairless Penguin is at. This was the
last World title contender and Quinne just beat him.
Knots: And look at Lexy. Throwing a fit. Penguin's not going to here the end of
it.
Alexis remains on the canvas, panting heavily. The referee comes and offers a
hand. He pulls her up and then raises her arm up in the air. Lexy Chapel enters
the ring and gives Alexis a death stare. Alexis chuckles, crouching down and
giving her double the middle fingers while sticking her tongue out. She then
turns to the crowd, giving them a salute. She gingerly walks towards the ropes
and then exists the ring. Clutching the back of her head, she makes her way to
the back.
The Body, Heart and Soul logo
comes up on the screen as the recap video plays showing the history between The
One and the Frosts and how Nicole Kinneck became a part of this match.
We
abruptly return to the backstage area as we see Pro attacking Hairless Penguin
backstage and throwing him into a wall. Lexy Chapel yells for help, repeatedly,
before Nicole turns and knocks her over. The One just watches as Kinneck runs
over and stomps Penguin in the chest over and over.
Nicole
Kinneck (Pro): “Send this message to your idiot stuffed bear asshole!”
Nicole
stomps away some more.
Nicole
(Pro): “When I’m champs, Lexy will make you face me!”
Nicole
keeps stomping away before officials run into the scene. They start to pull
Nicole away from Penguin. Penguin covers up in pain as Lexy Chapel rolls over,
holding her head and neck in pain.
Chapel:
“Help! Help!”
Chapel
rolls over, look out of one eye before falling over, wincing in pain. We then
abruptly cut to the ringside area.
Sharper:
“Nicole Kinneck saw an opportunity-“
Knots:
“No, Pro did!”
Sharper:
“That’s correct. Attacking Penguin. Sending another message to Bear. That’s her
motivation. She wants the tag titles to force LexyCorp to accept the rematch.
She knows she’ll try something.”
Knots:
“Especially after the Sarah Wolf issues last summer.”
Lyman:
“So have we gotten them under control?”
Sharper:
“We’re being told a few changes are happening here. A few things that may not
be usual as we try to get Pro calmed down!
The
One & Nicole Kinneck vs. The House of Frost
SCW
World Tag Team Championship
“BELIEVE IT!”
The sound of two women shouting the familiar phrase causes the fans to cheer
loudly as “Ignite” by Alan Walker and K-391 plays throughout the arena as
‘snow’ falls along the LED screens. From out the back walks Selena and Deanna
Frost, both holding their SCW World Tag Team Championship belts. As Selena
stands on the center part of the ramp, she watches as Deanna runs to the far
left, the redhead screaming her excitement to the fans before running to
the far right to do the same, a stream of bright red and orange ‘leaves’
following the redhead on the LED screens below and behind them.
As Deanna reaches Selena, the Snow Queen turns to her side, raising her arm
towards the ring and her back arm towards the sky. With a smile, Deanna stands
back to back with Selena, raising and lowering her own arm to match Selena’s
towards the ring, the ‘leaves’ circling around them. At the same time, the
Frost wives each stomp their front foot, sending a ‘crack’ along the ‘ice’ to
race down the ramp, the ‘leaves’ following it to circle around the ring LED
screens!
Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall, has a sixty minute
time limit and is for the SCW World Tag Team Championship! First, the
champions, making their way to the ring, from Manhattan, New York, they are
‘The Queen’s Guard’, Deanna Frost and ‘The Snow Queen’, Selena Frost. They are
the SCW World Tag Team Champions, The House of Frost!”
Making their way down the ramp, their steps leaving ‘footprints’ in the ‘snow’,
Deanna rushes ahead to high-five members of the SCW Universe. Reaching the ring
first, Deanna slides in and jumps to the ropes, leaning over them with her arm
raised. She repeats this on the other side of the ring as Selena makes her way
up the stairs and into the ring.
Reaching the center, Selena lifts her hand up to give a twirl as the lights
form to make a massive snowflake under her. Stopping her spin and lowering her
hand back down, towards the audience, once again palm upright, a smirk graces
her lips, her other arm lifting to the sky once more as Deanna drops to her
knees and spins around to stop right in front of Selena, facing the audience as
Selena does and posing with her arms outstretched and a smile on her
face as the ‘leaves’ also encircle the two women over the snowflake. With a
slam of her foot, Selena causes the snowflake at their feet to “crack” as the
rampway did, the shards of ice and ‘leaves’ streaking out to all four corners
of the ring to shoot out blue and red sparkles of light as the lights return to
normal. Selena helps Deanna to her feet as the audience continue to cheer.
Sharper: “Selena and Deanna
coming out first as Pro, in the driver’s seat of Nicole Kinneck, snapped and
went after Hairless Penguin. They’re needing to get her controlled.”
Lyman: “So the champs come out
first. That’s rare here in SCW. But the wild card in this match, Nicole
Kinneck, quickly showing just how wild she’ll be.”
The arena goes dark, and
slowly smoke begins to rise from the entry way. "Battle Cry" by
Little V begins to play over the PA system...
I hear the Battle Cry
Under the Devil's Sky
The One Winged Angel Screams
It fuels my Hopes and Dreams
The Best Bout Machine
ARE YOU READY FOR THIS?
With the stinger of the song hitting, an explosion and pyrotechnics hit, cuing
the spotlights to hit, and standing in the entry way is The One with her back
turned to the audience, head down, and her right hand up in the air with the
number one in the air. She turns at the waist, looking directly at the
ring, and slowly lowers her hand, finger still extended, to point to her
destination. She fully turns and begins her walk to the ring, quickly,
but methodically, occasionally slowly down to look around, not necessarily
trusting anyone around her to not come rush her and attack her.
Phillips: “Their opponents,
the challengers, first, from Your Worst Personal Nightmare, The One!”
As she reaches the ring, she again looks over both shoulders, taking glimpses
of the fans, and assuring her safety before entering. She smirks at Deanna
as Deanna watches her. The camera focuses on Deanna’s arm. The One makes a full
lap of the ring, walking, and staring at everyone at ringside, and occasionally
looking toward the upper decks. As she feels the situation is comfortable
and safe, she walks to the corner facing the ramp, extending both hands and
pointing with one finger toward the entryway, and then turning both palms up
and making the motion with both hands to "bring it." She then
slumps into the corner, looking across at the Frosts.
Sharper:
“Attention now on Nicole, but this all started with The One and escalated when
The One fractured Deanna’s arm in the Chamber at Under Attack. And its personal
since.”
Knots:
“And The Frosts remember. They started this by challenging her to find anyone.
The One picked Nicole. The One played the game!”
Lyman:
“And she’s got her partner, and that partner is focused on what’s after. She
wants the titles to draw the Farmstead into her world. She wants revenge. The
One wants to take the titles to keep pushing The Frosts down the ladder. She
wants new faces with her at its lead!”
The lights go out in the arena
as Ducky’s giggles and laughter fill the air. The crowd’s cheers come alive as few
groups begin to quack. The speakers crackle before a woman’s voice washes over
them.
“It’s my turn—
—do you see me now?”
Red strobe lights flicker and illuminate the entrance way as smoke wraps
around a woman’s flickering silhouette. On the tron above her in bold red font
flashes:
{ { { PRO } } }
The crowd roars as “Bow Down” by I Prevail rips through the speakers.
“GET ON YOUR KNEES
AND
BOW
DOOOOOOWWNN”
Kinneck throws her head forward, stirring up the smoke as she whips her hair
back and into a headbang before punching her fist into the air.
“YEEEAHHH!”
She burst through the smoke yelling the lyrics towards the crowd as she makes
her way down the ramp in her tight black wrestling outfit. A few fans sharing
their love for the song scream the lyrics back at her as if they were at a
concert.
Phillips: “Her partner, from
St. Louis, Missouri, she is Pro!”
”Yeah, I come alive, I'll survive, take on anything
So paint a target on my back, let 'em come for me-”
She grazes past a few desperate hands reaching out for her at the bottom of the
ramp before hopping onto the apron. She holds on to the top rope and leans out
towards the crowd as she flips them off with a smirk. There’s an uproar from
the crowd that makes her grin before sliding through the ropes.
”If you seek forgiveness
You'll get nothing, you'll get nothing from
ME”
Kinneck runs across the ring and hops up onto the turnbuckle, thrusting her
fist in the air to the final note of the song. Some Farmstead fans boo loudly
from the crowd as she hops back down to the mat. She flashes a look of
annoyance as she flips her hair back and rolls her eyes. She shakes her head
and backs into her corner. She paces as The One walks over to her. Kinneck
snaps her head to her. The One keeps talking to her.
Sharper: “The One trying to
get Nicole Kinneck to focus now. Nicole Kinneck here, as Pro. Remember Pro in
the driver’s seat.”
Knots: “Yeah, and the Frosts
better remember. Pro is also the one who can be the most focused of Nicole’s
personalities.”
Lyman: “And The One is
counting on that. May have a different motivation, but desiring the same goal.
To take the titles from the Frosts!”
Steven Hollinsworth calls for
the bell as The One keeps talking to Nicole and Nicole then pushes off from The
One and steps up as Selena Frost pushes past Deanna, protecting her only as
they had been discussing strategy. Nicole nails her with a hard right. Selena
fires back with one of her own. Nicole nails her in the ribs with a shot and
Selena grabs her by the head. Nicole nails Selena with a couple of other
strikes to the ribs before Selena forces her over with a hip throw. One and
Deanna exit to the apron. Selena keeps Nicole down as she rolls over to her
stomach, trying to get free. Nicole just swings wildly and gets free. Selena
rolls forward and turns and Nicole gets up and swings at Deanna. Deanna blocks
it before Nicole spins through and Selena hits another hip throw.
Sharper: “A scrappy start to
this one. Hard hip throw. Selena just trying to keep Nicole contained.”
Lyman: “We know she’s come out
aggressive, wanting to fight. I would be careful of saying careless though.”
Nicole turns and Selena hits a
shoot kick to the chest. The crowd ohs. She goes for a second one, but Nicole
grabs her by the leg and leg whips her into her corner. Selena falls hard
awkwardly into the corner. She pulls herself up, but The One grabs her. Selena
turns and nails her only for Nicole to run at her and spear her in the ribs.
Selena winces and falls to a knee. Nicole then snapmares her out and kicks
Selena in the spine. Selena rolls over as Nicole turns to The One and tags her
in. The One enters.
Lyman: “That’s what I was
saying. Pro is focused and there, she put Selena into a bad situation early.”
Knots: “And now The One is in
and we know what she wants to do to both.”
The One enters as Selena gets
up and The One forearms her in the jaw and then hits a back chop to the chest.
The crowd woos. She kicks Selena in the ribs before scooping her up and
slamming her down. She goes for the pin.

once and then again and again. Selena falls to a knee. The One runs into the
ropes, bouncing off and hits a running diving back elbow. Selena falls back.
The One goes for another pin.

Selena kicks out again. She
rolls over and shakes her head, getting the cobwebs loose before getting up and
moving to the corner. The One walks over and presses her hand back on the chin
of Selena. Selena leans back and The One nails her in the ribs.
Sharper: “The One manhandling
the former World Champion and Selena trying to resist.”
Lyman: “Here she comes!”
Sharper: “The One getting too
cute early.”
Selena kicks The One in the
ribs. The One nails Selena again before Selena kicks her again and then a third
time. The One bends over and Selena then runs out and hits a running knee lift.
The One hits the mat. She rolls over, holding her jaw. She gets up and Selena
kicks her in the ribs before hooking her up and hitting a snap suplex. Selena
rolls through and then mounts The One, nailing her with a couple of hard right
hands. Selena rolls off as The One gets up and turns and runs at her. Selena
spins through and grabs her by the waist and runs her into the ropes. Selena
reaches out and Deanna tags in. Selena pulls her back, but keeps her up, but
hooks her legs before Deanna enters the ring and hits a clothesline. The One
falls back and Selena lets go and steps up. Deanna dives for the pin.
1!
2!
The One pushes her off and
turns as Deanna dives on her and clubs her repeatedly in the back. Selena exits
the ring as Deanna gets several shots to the shoulderblades, before The One
slides out of the ring to the floor. Deanna looks at her and gets up, telling
her to fight.
Sharper: “Deanna also fired
up. And here we go. It’s looking like that kind of a match.”
Lyman: “The One wanted this.
Wanted the fight to take down the Frosts. She’s got Deanna ready to fight.”
Deanna then backs up and tells
her to come into the ring. The One hops onto the apron and steps into the ring.
She looks across at her. The two jaw from across the ring as the crowd roars.
Deanna and The One then step up and Deanna goes for a hard right, but The One
nails her in the ribs with a shot and then a kick to the knee and then grabs
her by the head and nails her with a couple of hard shots, before spinning her
into a neutral corner. Deanna then steps up and swings, nailing The One with a
hard right and then a left. She goes for a spinning back fist. The One ducks
and spins around. She then runs at Deanna and goes to tackle her down, but
Deanna blocks it, stuffing the tackle. She then nails The One with a couple of
shots to the ribs before The One pushes back and moves out. Deanna gets up and
goes for a hard right. The One dodges and spins around. She then hits a back
chop to the jaw of Deanna. Deanna hits the mat. She gets back up and The One
then lunges and goes for a knee. Deanna sidesteps and hits a spinning back kick
to the jaw. The One goes down. Deanna goes for the pin.
Sharper: “Good God! What a
kick!”
Knots: “Like a prison fight
here!”

2!
The One just gets her shoulder
up. She then rolls to the corner and smacks the mat. She gets up, and Deanna
runs at her and hits a running double knee to the chest. The One stumbles out
and falls to the mat. Deanna goes for the pin.

2!
Nicole enters and hits a punt.
The crowd ohs as Deanna rolls over. Nicole goes after Deanna, but Selena then springboards
to the top rope and hits a diving clothesline, tackling Nicole down and both
roll to the floor. The crowd ohs.
Sharper: “Deanna is down. The
One down after this hard hitting exchange.”
Lyman: “The only reason this
match isn’t ending already after that is that Selena stopped Nicole from doing
any more.”
Knots: “And you have two
people in this match who just tried to take each other out by looking to
destroy each other in a brawl. Nicole saw the moment. Selena also did too.”
Sharper: “Now Deanna or The
One have to recover or make a tag.”
Lyman: “Trust me – make a
tag!”
Knots: “Both Nicole and Selena
both have to get back to the corner though!”
Selena rolls over as Nicole
winces too. Deanna and The One are both down, glancing over at the other.
Hollinsworth starts a count.

She then jumps up and hits an elbow drop to the back of Nicole’s head. She
rolls over.
Sharper: “Deanna fighting
back. Nicole just like a Terminator.”
Knots: “That’s a great way of
putting it!”
Nicole starts to get up and
Deanna turns and grabs her and Nicole nails her in the throat with a hard
right. Deanna falls back, coughing. Selena starts to get up, wincing, holding
her jaw. She looks quite upset as The One looks across and Nicole then starts
to choke Deanna on the ropes, leaning on her back.

turns to her side. She starts to fight up to her feet before Deanna lunges and
tags in Selena.
Sharper: “And Selena now in.
Deanna makes the tag!”
Lyman: “Finally getting that
much needed tag!”
Selena enters the ring and Nicole
gets up and Selena forearms her in the jaw once and then again before running
over and nailing The One with a dropkick. She falls back. The crowd roars.
Selena gets up and runs at Nicole and nails her with a running clothesline.

Nicole’s head. Nicole rolls over. Selena gets up and turns as The One gets back
up and Selena runs at her and hits another dropkick, knocking her off. The
crowd roars.
Sharper: “Selena clearly
making the most of this. Pissed off about being attacked on the floor by Nicole
and making both pay!”
Lyman: “Dropkick launched The
One!”

and nails The One. The One rolls over to the corner. She gets up and Deanna
nails her in the ribs with a shot and then another. She turns and whips The One
out and Selena jumps up and hits a snap frankensteiner. The crowd roars.
Sharper: “Double team as the
Frosts now have the advantage. Frankensteiner takes The One down!”
Lyman: “But now Nicole!”
Knots: “Get Deanna out of
there. She’s not the legal person!”
Deanna gets up and turns as
Nicole gets up and swings at her. Deanna blocks it and then grabs her arm and
spins throwing her to Selena who kicks her in the shoulder. Nicole winces and
turns as Selena then runs into the ropes, and bounces off. Nicole ducks a
clothesline. Selena stops and stands by Deanna. Nicole turns and both hoist her
up and hit her with a hot shot into the ropes. She bounces back and into both.
They then grab her and go to hoist her up as if going for a double back suplex,
but just then, The One recovers enough to hit Selena with a running knee to the
back of the head. Selena falls down as Deanna can’t compensate and Nicole pulls
her down. Deanna rolls through. She gets up and Nicole gets up only to headbutt
Deanna. Deanna falls through the ropes to the apron. Nicole turns and falls
back onto Selena. She rolls her over and hooks the leg.
1!
2!
Selena shoots her shoulder up.
The crowd roars.
Sharper: “The One with the
knee! Nicole with the headbutt. Selena out at two!”
Knots: “We nearly had the
oddest tag champs ever.”
Lyman: “And The One would’ve
loved it. So would’ve Nicole.”
Nicole looks down at Selena
and slowly gets to her knees before nailing her with a hard right to the face
and then another. The One is forced out of the ring. She walks around the ring.
Nicole then drags Selena up and then hits a running bulldog. She snaps at The
One. The One hops onto the apron. Nicole tags in her in. The One slingshots in
and then walks over to Selena and pulls her up by the head. She then hooks her
head. She hoists her up and hits a vertical suplex. She holds on and swivels
her hips as the crowd boos. The One drags Selena back up and looks around and
hits another suplex. She then swivels her hips and gets up. She slowly pulls
Selena up again and smirks before hoisting her up and dropping her with a
falcon arrow. She stays down for the pin.
1!
2!
Deanna re-enters and hits a
cannonball to the face of The One breaking it up. The crowd roars. Deanna rolls
through and gets up and Nicole enters and clubs her in the back a couple of
times. Deanna rolls to the apron. Nicole steps through.
Sharper: “Deanna saving Selena
here as the Frosts have fight left.”
Knots: “Another unique
defense. You’d think they’d love just a normal one if they survive.”
Nicole turns back to the ring.
The One starts to get up and shakes it off. She then turns and motions to
Nicole. Deanna gets up and Nicole drops down to the floor. She runs over and
nails Deanna in the back of the head. The crowd boos. The official turns and
heads over as Nicole nails Deanna with a couple of shots against the barricade.
The One meanwhile takes this opportunity to turn and walk over to Selena and
pull her up before kneeing her in the face once and then again and again before
double underhooking her. She looks around and sets up for the Hidden Blade.
This happens as Nicole pulls Deanna into her and goes for the Mental Breakdown,
but Deanna elbows out and then spins her around and into a snap DDT on the
floor. In the ring, Selena counters with a back drop. The One hits the mat and
rolls over before getting up only for Selena to jump to the middle rope, jump
off and land on The One, snapping her off with another frankensteiner, but The
One falls into the ropes, leaning on the middle rope. Deanna yells at the
official to move before running over and jumping up with a knee to the side of
The One’s head.
Sharper: “Selena and Deanna
always knowing where the other is. Deanna with the knee!”
Lyman: “The One dazed! She’s
out on her feet!”
The One pops off the ropes and
staggers to the middle of the ring where Selena is now on the apron. Selena
springboards to the top rope and then dives forward, hitting the Alaskan
Dragonrana!
1!
2!
The One just kicks out. The
crowd ohs as Selena falls forward. She then looks at Deanna who now is back at
the corner. She reaches out. Selena crawls toward her. The crowd cheers as
Selena then reaches out and lunges, tagging in Deanna.
Sharper: “Selena tags in
Deanna! And here we go!”
Knots: “The One in trouble!
The plan backfired!”
Lyman: “Frost’s in control and
Deanna is going for the arm!”
Deanna enters and runs over
and grabs at the arm of The One who starts to fight. Deanna tries to move into
her own version of the Frost’s Bite, but The One moves and keeps trying to
avoid Deanna from hyperextending the arm. Just then, Selena jumps to the top
rope. Deanna rolls out of the way as she hits a springboard moonsault onto The
One. The crowd ohs. Deanna then turns as The One rolls over from the impact and
grabs her and locks in the Consortium, rolling through. The One struggles, but
starts to fade. Selena gets up as Nicole pulls herself up on the floor and
turns as Selena runs over and steps through the ropes before tackling Nicole
down. Nicole holds on and rolls through. They both trade blows as the official
checks on The One. Deanna pulls back as The One fades.
Sharper: “Consortium on The
One!”
Lyman: “That arm not a factor
tonight! The One fading!”
The official then gets up and
calls for the bell. The crowd roars as Deanna lets go and pushes The One off.
Nicole looks up as Selena gets up and turns and rolls into the ring.
Phillips: “Here are your
winners, via referee stoppage, and STILL SCW World Tag Team Champions, Selena
and Deanna Frost, the House of Frost!”
Nicole lets out a clear
outburst of anger as Selena walks over and Deanna gets up. The official walks
over and hands them the SCW World Tag Team Championship belts. The crowd roars
as they hold their arms in the air.
Sharper: “Deanna getting her
revenge tonight. The One and Nicole Kinneck had a plan. It nearly worked, but
Selena and Deanna Frost showing their resilience and fighting back.”
Lyman: “And in the end, making
The One pass out from the Consortium. And Nicole…well, Pro, she’s not happy.”
Knots: “She’s going to have to
find another way to lure the Farmstead Friends into a match.”
Deanna and Selena celebrate as
The One winces. Deanna glances at The One, looking at her with disdain. Nicole
just glares at The One from the floor as the scene cuts away.
We open up to see Jessica
Winters walking into the corporate box of Blake Mason.
Winters: “Fans, I’m just
coming into the corporate box of Blake Mason. I appreciate him taking the time
to speak with me. Blake?”
Blake walks over to her, straightening
out his suit.
Mason: “My pleasure.”
Winters: “I’m sorry to bother
you, but many of us were surprised to see you. Are you just checking the action
tonight? Watching anyone in particular?”
Mason: “A bit of both. I’m
watching everyone in fact.”
Winters: “Oh?”
Mason: “Just wondering if I
may be around a bit more. That’s all I can say.”
Winters: “Think about a
return?”
Mason: “I can’t say anything
more at this point. I just was able to make my schedule work to watch the
action tonight.”
We cut to a wide shot as we
see Jenni Anderson rolling her eyes as she turns away. Blake Mason and Jessica
Winters are unaware.
Winters: “As you have some
time here on camera, anything you wish to say to fans of SCW?”
Mason: “SCW is a great company
and great promotion. A lot of good talent. Keep watching. Who knows what may
happen.”
Winters: “Thank you for that.
Enjoy the rest of the show.”
Sharper: “Did you see Jenni
Anderson?”
Lyman: “I did. There’s
something going on there.”
Sharper: “What I don’t know?
But Jenni was not pleased about Blake being here.”
We then cut backstage as we
see Willow Aspen sitting on a storage crate backstage. She just looks at her
watch and smirks.
Aspen: “Well…looks like they
aren’t fighters. We’re running out of time.”
Aspen gets up and looks
around.
Aspen: “I was right.”
???: “About what?”
Aspen turns and smirks as we
see Crystal Zdunich, fists taped up, walking toward her.
Zdunich: “That I’d kick your
ass after Breakdown?”
Zdunich steps up and nails
Aspen with a hard right. Aspen staggers back as Zdunich steps up and nails her
again, this time in the ribs.
Sharper: “Willow Aspen
challenged Crystal Zdunich and Vespertine to a fight. Zdunich is stepping up!”
She then nails her with a hard
right kicks her in the ribs and goes to run her into some storage crates, but
Aspen spins through and sends Zdunich in. Zdunich hits hard as Aspen steps up
and stomps her in the ribs over and over and over again. The crowd roars as
Aspen then grabs her and pulls her up.
Aspen: “So you do have some
fight in you? The last two years would make me question that!”
Aspen then turns and runs her
into the wall. Zdunich turns as Aspen then steps up and kicks her in the ribs.
Zdunich winces as Aspen drags her up and clubs her with a couple of shots and
Zdunich then spears her down and rolls through. Aspen gets up as Zdunich does
too. Zdunich turns and swings at Aspen. Aspen ducks and catches her in a full
nelson. The crowd roars as Zdunich then stomps her in the foot once and then
again before then rolling forward, hooking Aspen’s leg and driving her face
first into a storage crate. The crowd ohs from the impact. Aspen rolls over,
blood coming out her nose. Zdunich gets up and grabs her and places her forearm
across her nose. Aspen elbows her in the ribs once and then again and shoves
her back before officials run into the scene.
Sharper: “Officials breaking
it up. I think Zdunich may have broken Aspen’s nose!”
Lyman: “At least injured her.
Made her draw her own blood!”
Sharper: “And both are still
riled and focused on one another!”
The crowd roars as the two
continue to try and get to one another. Aspen calms down briefly to touch her
nose as Zdunich nods, smiling.
Zdunich: “I’m still ready to
go!”
Aspen then lunges, but it
stopped by officials as Zdunich is too. They’re pulled apart still as we cut to
the ring.
Kandis
vs. Asher Hayes
The opening of
"Whore" by In This Moment fills the arena as red and pink lights
swirl around...
{I'm the girl you've been thinking about, The one thing you can't live without
I'm the girl you've been waiting for
I'll have you down on your knees, I'll have you begging for more}
Kandis appears on the stage, a sultry smirk on her face as the crowd boos. She
turns and shows off her notorious rear end, swaying it back and forth...
{I can be, I can be your eve... ry... thing}
The lights dim as the music seems to pause a moment, then Kandis turns around,
arms spread and feet wide apart as vocalist Maria Brink shouts:
{I CAN BE YOUR WHORE!}
Kandis starts down the ramp as the rest of the chorus continues, the sway in
her hips ever present as she smirks at all the boos, even blowing sarcastic
kisses to the crowd.
Phillips: "The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing
first…From Santa Barbara California.... she is Kandis!"
{I am the dirt you created
I am your sinner, I am your whore
But let me tell you something, baby
You love me for everything you hate me for}
Kandis goes up the ring steps and enters the ring through the second and top
rope slowly, making sure to show off her ass. The heavy music fades out as
Kandis goes to her corner.
The opening riff to "Smooth Sailing" by Queens of the Stone Age kicks
in. At the 11 second mark, the name "Asher Hayes" blares through the
PA system, and Asher appears on the stage, wearing a long leather jacket and
sunglasses.
“It's all in motion, no stoppin' it now
I got nothing to lose and only one way up
I'm burning bridges, I destroy the mirage
All visions of collisions, fucking bon voyage"
He makes his way down the ramp as the reaction of the crowd rain down upon him.
He walks up the ring steps and climbs to the top turnbuckle, lifting both fists
into the air, slinging the jacket off his shoulders, simply looking at the
crowd before dropping down and running to the opposite side.
“I got bruises and hickies, stitches and scars
Got my own theme music, plays wherever I are
Fear is the hand that pulls your strings
A useless toy, pitiful plaything
I'm in flagrante
In every way
Every day"
He stands, once again, on the top rope. He tosses his shades out to the crowd,
as he looks toward the ceiling, before dropping down, removing his jacket, and
handing it to the ref.
"It's all smooth sailing
From here on out
I'm gon' do the damage
That needs getting done"
Asher then leans into the corner, waiting for the match to begin.
Sharper: “Asher Hayes and Kandis. This all started when Kandis stated she
wanted the World title. Asher claimed he was back for the SCW Championship as well.”
Simon: “Kandis won the End of the Year battle royal, where Asher made it to the
top three. They were bound for a collision course.”
Knots: “They’ve already collided in ways we can’t really talk about, but
tonight, we’ll see Kandis take Asher out en route to getting what she’s owed. A
shot at the SCW World Championship.”
The cameras show Kandis standing in her corner, glaring at Asher, who stands in
his corner, glaring back. The ref is shown standing in the middle of the ring,
before signaling for the bell. The bell rings as both competitors step out of
their corners, and begin to circle the ring, before lunging forward. Kandis
begins to unload with right hands.
Sharper: “Asher may have wanted to go for a tie-up, but Kandis coming in
swinging.”
Kandis continues to land right hands, backing Asher into the corner. Once in
the corner, Kandis begins to stomp at Asher. Kandis then backs up before she
hits a handspring, hitting a back-splash, driving her ass into the abdomen of
Asher, who drops ass down to the mat.
Simon: “Kandis nailing the Booty Call with perfect precision.”
Knots: “A booty call is something you’d never nail. With any kind of
precision.”
Sharper: “Focus on the match, which Kandis seems to be in firm control of.”
Kandis backs up again, before flipping forward and hitting Booty Call a second
time, this time sending her ass into Asher’s face.
Simon: “And another Booty Call.”
Knots: “Do you think Kandis is mad that there wasn’t a round two?”
Sharper: “What happens after hours is between the superstars. Right now,
they’re fighting to show everyone why they want the World title.”
With Asher’s back on the mat, Kandis runs to the corner, grabbing the ropes and
she jumps up, before coming back down with a leg drop. Kandis this goes for a cover.
1.
2.
Asher kicks out.
Simon: “Kandis in control, getting a two count. Asher’s going to need to kick
it into another gear if he wants to win this thing.”
Kandis jaws with the referee, who states it was a two-count. The crowd boos a
bit as Kandis climbs to her feet, before grabbing Asher by the hair, and
pulling him. Kandis kicks him in the abdomen, before backing into the ropes.
Kandis charges, but Asher leaps up and connects with a dropkick. Kandis falls
into the ropes, before falling out of the ring.
Kandis pushes herself up, only for Asher to be shown running off the opposite
ropes, before hitting Kandis with a baseball slide. Kandis hits the floor.
Asher is then shown stepping onto the apron, his back facing Kandis who is
shown getting to her feet. As she does, Asher is then shown leaping off the
ropes, hitting Kandis with a moonsault. The crowd erupts in cheers.
Sharper: “Asher hitting the Ash-Sault on the outside.”
Simon: “Asher has a history with high flying moves. He’s never shown fear when
it comes to taking things to the air.”
Knots: “He can do all that he wants but winning doesn’t have to be flashy. He
needs to remember that.”
Asher is shown rolling Kandis into the ring. As he slides in, Kandis is shown
pushing herself up, only for Asher to charge and take her down with a running
lariat. Asher hooks the leg.
1.
2.
Kandis kicks out.
Sharper: “Asher getting two, as well.”
Asher grabs Kandis by her left arm and pulls her up. With her free arm, Kandis
connects with a forearm, followed by a second, and then a third, causing Asher
to stagger back. Kandis goes for a roundhouse kick, but Asher catches her foot,
before dropping it and dropping Kandis with a spinning wheel kick. Asher gets
to his feet before hitting a standing shooting star onto Kandis, hooking the
leg once again.
1.
2.
Kandis kicks out.
Simon: “Kandis tried to regain dominance before Asher stopped her before she
could build any momentum, getting himself a two count after that shooting
star.”
Knots: “Exactly! A two-count! Kandis showing everyone that it’s going to take a
lot more than that to keep her down.”
Asher picks Kandis up and whips her into the ropes. He goes for a big boot, but
Kandis dunks under. Asher turns and Kandis blasts him with a forearm, and
second. She then hits him with a roundhouse kick to the head. Asher staggers,
as Kandis back into the ropes, bouncing off and she takes Asher down with a
bulldog.
Asher sits up and Kandis hits him with a kick to the side of the head. Asher
slumps a bit but Kandis grabs him and plants him with a spike DDT before going
for a cover.
1.
2.
3….Asher kicks out!
The crowd cheers before beginning to boo as Kandis is shown arguing with ref.
Simon: “Kandis clearly not okay with that count.”
Knots: “No one can say that they blame her. I feel like that was three.”
Sharper: “The referee is indicating otherwise so the match continues.”
Asher is shown using the ropes to pull himself up. Kandis stomps over and nails
him in the back with a double axe handle. Asher drops to one knee before Kandis
hooks him and drops him with a reverse DDT.
Simon: “Kandis really working on Asher’s head…”
Knots: “We’re family friendly here, Simon. Get it together.”
Simon: “You know what I meant.”
Kandis follows up with another leg drop, and another before she hooks the leg.
1.
2.
Asher kicks out. Kandis gets to her feet and pulls Asher up. She goes to whip
him across the ring but Asher manages to reverse it. Kandis hits the ropes and
bounces back, leaping in the air, only for Asher to catch her before throwing
Kandis overhead. Kandis holds onto the ropes and lands on the apron. Asher
turns and Kandis dunks under the top rope, driving her shoulder into Asher’s
ribs. Asher doubles over as Kandis goes to get in the ring, but Asher leaps up and
hits a dropkick, sending Kandis to the outside once again.
Asher steps out onto the apron as Kandis gets to her feet. She turns and Asher
leaps, grabbing Kandis, and dropping her with a flipping neckbreaker. Asher
gets to his feet and grabs Kandis before whipping her into the apron. With
Kandis draped across the apron, Asher gets on the apron and hits a leg drop of
his own before he and Kandis fall to the floor.
Sharper: “Asher using that aerial offense of his to his advantage.”
Asher rolls Kandis into the ring before leaping over the top rope, landing with
a double foot stomp. Kandis rolls over, groaning before Asher hooks the leg.
1.
2.
3…Kandis kicks out!
Knots: “Kandis is still in this thing!”
Sharper: “So, you’re not going to argue that Asher got the three?”
Knots: “He clearly didn’t.”
Asher pulls Kandis up, but she unloads with a European uppercut. Asher staggers
back but Kandis lands with another forearm, before hitting a spinning back
fist. Asher drops to one knee then back up as Kandis hits a spinning wheel
kick. Kandis then mounts Asher, driving a knee into his chest before she begins
to drive elbows to the side of his head.
Simon: “Kandis getting all of those elbows, really doing some damage here.”
Kandis then slams Asher’s head onto the mat before climbing to her feet. The
crowd begins to boo as she smirks and gloats towards them. Asher is shown using
the ropes to pull himself up once again. Kandis charges toward him but Asher
steps forward and hits a super kick. Kandis drops to one knee.
Sharper: “Kandis stunned!”
Kandis stands back up as Asher charges and connects with a spear.
Simon: “Asher nailed Kandis with that spear. These two have taken the fight to
one another throughout this entire match.”
Knots: “I think that’s the purpose of a match, but that’s none of my business.
Also, Asher nailed Kandis? You just can’t help yourself, can you?”
Asher sits up, finding himself in between Kandis’ legs. He goes to move but
Kandis sits up and nails Asher with a right hook, before bringing him in close,
locking in a triangle choke.
Sharper: “Asher hitting the spear but taking just a second too long I suppose,
leaving Kandis enough time to lock him in the Thirst Trap!”
The ref begins to ask Asher if he wants to submit, but Asher reaches towards
the ropes with his free hand.
Simon: “Those ropes are out of Asher’s reach. He may have to submit here.”
Knots: “Finally! Something we can agree on.”
Asher swings his hips and tries to reach the ropes with his right foot, but to
no avail. The ref asks again but Asher continues to reach for the ropes.
Kandis: “TAP OUT!”
Sharper: “Asher is in trouble here. Kandis yelling for him to tap. He’s got
nowhere to go.”
Asher then reaches over and grabs his other wrist. Asher then plants his feet
and begins to slowly lift Kandis off the mat, while Kandis keeps the hold.
Simon: “Kandis still has the triangle choke locked in. You have to wonder how
much damage this is doing to Asher.”
Asher then hits a sit-out powerbomb. Kandis hits the mat, and she breaks the
hold. Kandis rolls over then sits up only for Asher to connect with a running
knee. The crowd explodes as he throws an arm over her as the ref begins the
count.
1.
2.
Sharper: “Asher with the Dust to Dust. Can this be it?”
Knots: “Don’t speak it into existence!”
3!
The crowd erupts as Asher rolls over onto his back and Kandis is shown rolling
out of the ring to the outside. Asher sits up as the ref grabs his right arm,
lifting it up. “Smooth Sailing” hits the sound system once again, with Asher
standing up, with the crowd continuing to cheer him.
Phillips: “Here is your winner….by pinfall…Asher! Hayes!’
Asher climbs to the top rope and jaws with the cheering crowd before motioning
to his waist, like he’s going to be wearing a championship soon.
Sharper: “Asher telling the fans that he wants the SCW World Championship. You
have to think after this match, that he’s one step closer to getting that
shot.”
Kandis is shown leaning against the barricade glaring at Asher who is shown
celebrating a little bit more. Kandis then gets up and lunges to the ring and
rolls in. Asher hops down as the official stops her. Kandis tries to get at
Asher before falling to a knee, holding her jaw. Asher just smirks and rolls to
the floor.
Sharper: “And Kandis is not happy.
Obviously.”
Lyman: “It’s going to be a
setback for her. But she pushed too hard. She’s dove into the deep end. And
when people are all motivated, skill only takes you some way. Sometimes there
are many variables.”
Knots: “Yeah and now, one of
them is hearing Asher Hayes act like he’s God’s gift to everything!”
Kandis looks up at Asher as
the official checks on him before shoving him back.
Lyman: “Hey!”
Kandis rolls to the floor. She
walks over to the announce table, clearly frustrated.
Sharper: “Kandis shoving an
official down. Going to be a fine there.”
Knots: “Nothing costing
anything what she’s going through now.”
Kandis: “Shut the hell up!
Both of you!”
Lyman: “Hey! We’re just
calling it like I see it!”
Kandis: “Then call the truth!
I should’ve been challenging for the title tonight! Not Kim! ME! Not facing
that asshole-“
Lyman: “And you would’ve lost
too!”
Kandis looks at Lyman.
Knots: “Simon. The hell?!”
Lyman looks at Kandis as
Kandis then reaches over the table and grabs Simon Lyman and pulls him over.
The crowd roars.
Sharper: “No! No! We need help
out here!”
Knots: “Kandis is going to
make that End of the Year Special money go fast!”
Kandis then grabs Lyman and
rolls him into the ring. Kandis then turns and walks over to the ring and
reaches under it and grabs a steel chair.
Kandis: “You think I’d have
lost! Well! There are consequences to everything Lyman!”
Kandis rolls into the ring and
gets up. She then holds the chair up. Lyman rolls over, wincing a bit and
slowly getting up.
Sharper: “We need help! Kandis
has a chair! Lyman has retired! He’s done!”
Knots: “I don’t know what to
do here-“
Kandis then steps forward, but
as she does, Lyman suddenly pops up and drills her with a superkick! The crowd
erupts with cheers as Kandis falls back, dazed and stunned.
Sharper: “Lyman! Leading the
Revolution!”
Knots: “Where the hell did
that come from?!”
Simon Lyman gets up and looks
at Kandis and then around the arena as they continue to cheer and a loud
“Lyman!” chant echoes throughout the arena. Lyman then straightens his suit as
we see officials reaching the ring. Lyman steps through the ropes and down to
the floor. He then walks over to the announce table.
Knots: “Where did that come
from?”
Lyman glances back to the ring
as Kandis winces in pain. The chants continue as the scene fades to black.
We open up with a shot of Sarah Wolf attacking Hairless
Penguin inside a steel cage from last summer, before showing a shot of Xander
Valentine grabbing Adam Allocco by the throat and chokeslamming him.

James Evans, La Pequena Luz, Amelia Blythe, Polly Playtime, Colleen &
Aisling
Sharper: Welcome back to
ringside as we now get ready for SCW's FIRST EVER 12 person tag team match! And
Simon, you okay?”
Lyman: I’m fine. Let’s just
focus on the action in the ring. I have little patience for her antics.
Sharper: Alright. Well Jon,
what you do think? History about to be made.
Knots: I don't think the
wrestlers involved were expecting this!
Lyman: I know the fans weren't
expecting it, Jonathan! But as Mr. D said, if people wanted to get chaotic,
this is the place for it.
Sharper: Right you are, Simon,
and here we go with the introductions!
Phillips: The following
contest is a twelve person tag team match and is scheduled for one fall!
Introducing first...
The lights dim slightly as a
male voice speaks:
“When's the last time you were afraid?”
“I haven't been afraid a day in my life.”
The music and chorus of Shinedown's “Dead Don't Die” kicks in, with white
strobe lights flashing in time. Bree Lancaster runs out from the curtain, arms
spread wide, hands facing up, and a smile on her face.
Phillips: From New Orleans,
Louisiana, Bree Lancaster!
{The dead don't die, the heart still beats
Head held high, I haunt these streets
Life's killed me a hundred thousand times
You can try, you can try, but the dead don't die}
Bree makes her way down the ramp, confidence in her step as she speaks to a fan
or two on the way.
{Knock me down six feet deep
One more round, no reprieve
Life's killed me a hundred thousand times
You can try, you can try, but the dead don't die}
Bree sprints up the ring steps, quickly wipes her feet on the apron then steps
through the ropes. She does a spin in the center of the ring, arms spread out
like before, drawing cheers. She then heads to her corner as the music fades
and the lights return to normal.
Phillips: And her partners...
The lights fade down, and the
ramp is cast with a heavy backlight. The acoustic guitar of Royal and the
Serpent’s “Happier in Hell” begins.
“I’m afraid of medication but I think I should be on it.
I keep trying meditation but if I’m being honest
Doing anything that’s good for me makes me want to vomit.
I’m sorry for the mess I made I’ll clean it in the morning.”
Phillips: Making her way to the ring, from Tampa, Florida, she is Datura!
From the light, the silhouette of Datura appears on the ramp. Her head is down,
and her arms extend outward, her hands dancing to the rhythm of the music.
“I don’t need your help you can keep the
Gary Vees and Ted Talks to yourself.
I’m glad it’s going well but
I’ve been to heaven. It’s happier in Hell.”
Datura then steps forward and
looks out at the crowd. She scans the crowd before turning to the ring. She then
heads down the rampway to the ring. Datura runs over and rolls into the ring.
She slowly gets up, looking across at her opponents as her music fades out.
Sharper: Bree and Datura have
been making noise about wanting to be taken seriously as a tag team and this
match will definitely put them through their paces.
Lyman: It'll be interesting to
see how well they hold up in this kind of situation. And if they come through
it unscathed, they definitely have what it takes to be part of the tag team
division here in SCW.
Knots: I can't help but wonder
if this is what Mr. D had in mind when he made this match... Is he trying to
see what our prospective tag teams are made of?
Lyman: We'll just have to wait
and see, Jonathan, but I think that might be the case!
The opening riff of “Wolf
Within” hits the speakers and once the lyrics kick in Cassie Wolfe emerges from
the back excited to start the match, with her hands on her leather jacket’s
sides the rookie wrestler turns her back to the crowd.
Phillips: From Greenock, South Australia and now residing in Las Vegas, Nevada,
“The Rebel Princess” Cassie Wolfe!
When her name is announced Cassie spins around flashing the metal horns sign
with her left hand and clapping fans hands with the other, when she reaches the
ring Cassie jumps onto the apron before giving her hair a full flip and
removing her jacket to give to a stagehand, she then jumps over the top rope
and into the ring, rolling to her knees and basking in the moment.
Bree comes up to her and
speaks quietly before guiding Cassie over to where Datura currently is.
Sharper: And Bree Lancaster
making sure her team is in the same part of the ring.
Knots: That's not a bad bit of
strategy because of how many people are in this match.
The arena darkens before:
Nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan
The Nyan cat appears on the screen, with the crowd popping. The cat in a
pop-tart, farting rainbows steers around and breaks right into the screen,
showing a window crack before breaking. At that moment, “Catch Me If You Can”
by BABYMETAL’s opening riffs plays, and the girls' voice count:
One-Two
One-Two-Three-Four!
Phillips: Ladies and
gentlemen, descending from the sea of stars above, weighing at 110 pounds, the
Guardian of Love, Justice and Peace— Magical Cosmic Princess, YUYO!
Out pops YUYO from behind the curtains. Bright white light now shines down on
the stage, following YUYO. Mister Meowkazawa and Beezlebubble follow her to
stand behind her. She stands at the top of the ramp and places her hands on her
hips. Meowkazawa hands her the magical staff, Gríðarvölr. She spins the staff
around with a display of talent, the long purple and white ribbons attached to
the staff’s end flash. When she stops, she thrusts one hand forward while
holding the staff behind her back.
YUYO: “HA!”
YUYO springs down the ramp, staff in hand, she tosses it into the ring as she
slides in under the bottom rope. She pops to her feet, picks up the staff again
in a single stride, and then straight to the corner. She holds the staff like a
gun and aims towards the ceiling, “BANG! BANG!”. Mr. Meowkazawa catches up to
her, taking the staff while she remains in the corner. She points to the sky,
“FOREVER!”. She runs to the next corner and repeats, “FOREVER!”. She hops off
the corner with a superhero landing! She then puts on a “mean” face as she
readies for the match.
Sharper: And the fans showing
their love for this unusually talented young woman!
Knots: She may be small but
that doesn't mean she can't take you by surprise!
Lyman: You know how the saying
goes, gentlemen... Good things come in small packages.
Once again, Bree is the one to
bring Yuyo over to her side of the ring.
Lyman: Cassie and Yuyo have
been helping each other out lately, this could be another tag team in the
making!
Knots: Absolutely it could be,
Simon! They've had a few crossed signals but it looks like they're willing to
look past that toward a common goal.
Lyman: Crossed signals is to
be expected when a tag team is just starting out if they haven't worked with
each other before.
Sharper: That's a good point,
Simon. We'll see what these two young ladies bring to the table in this match
tonight.
The first chords of
"Immortal" by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play over the PA system...
Phillips: From London, England, she is The British Bombshell GLORY BRADDOCK!
Glory Braddock steps out onto the stage, wearing her ring gear consisting of
purple spandex pants, boots, and a purple top. She really does look like a
million bucks and grins from ear to ear, gazing out at the crowd for a moment
before making her way down the entrance ramp.
I come alive at the second of midnight
So I can fly when the world is asleep
You scream and howl as I'm taking the first bite
Blood on my tongue tastes of eternity
People will come and go
Some stories never told
They bury me down below
But I'll never die
'Cause I'm immortal
Yes, immortal
The British Bombshell steps up the steel steps and then onto the ring apron.
She poses momentarily on the apron, allowing people to take snapshots before
stepping through the ropes and into the ring. Once in the ring Glory heads to
the center of the ring and poses once more. Then the music dies down slowly...
Lyman: This is a different
Glory Braddock than the one we're used to seeing. She seems more focused and,
well, likeable, for lack of a better word.
Knots: She seems to have
gotten her act together... But we'll see how she and her teammates get along.
Glory turns and approaches the
rest of her team without being prompted.
Phillips: And originally from
New Orleans, Louisiana and currently residing in Seattle, Washington, Kelsai
Adamson!
The familiar riffs of
Nickelback's "Savin Me" begins and soon Kelsai Adamson appears at the
top of stage. It has been a while since she has been here and a lot has changed
(including her last name!) for the first and now former GCW Unified World
Champion. As she walks down the aisle toward the ring she soaks in the mixed
reaction from the crowd as some remember what was when she was one of the more
popular wrestlers in the world while in SCW, but still many others can't forget
the hated villain that she became in GCW. Getting into the ring, a smile starts
to form on her lips as she looks around at the crowd and she remembers what it
is like to be back in SCW.
Sharper: Some of the fans not
showing Kelsai Adamson any love here tonight.
Knots: They remember her as
they saw her in GCW... Unfortunately for Kelsai, people don't easily forget
things like that.
Lyman: She did let her success
go to her head a little.
Sharper: That's one way of
putting it, but she's trying to make a fresh start.
Kelsai joins her team and the
six of them huddle together like they're discussing some last-minute strategy.
The referee turns to wait for the other team and someone comes up to the ring,
which gets his attention. He goes to talk to them and get them away from
ringside, only for them to hand him a slip of paper. They exchange a few more
words before the other person makes their way backstage. The referee studies
the paper in his hand and shrugs lightly before approaching Bree's team and
holding it out to Kelsai.
Knots: What's he got there?
Sharper: It looks like a note
for Kelsai.
Kelsai hesitates a little
before taking the note and opening it. A curious cameraman slyly gets into a
position where he can see what the note says over her shoulder. A clearly
masculine script reads 'Trust has to start somewhere... Go get 'em, champ.'
Lyman: Well, well! It looks
like young Kelsai has a secret admirer!
Sharper: Secret to us, maybe,
but not to her!
Kelsai can't help a brief
smile at seeing those words. She knows exactly who that note came from, but
it's going to be her little secret! The note gets folded up and tucked into the
side of her boot for safekeeping.
Phillips: And their
opponents...
The opening of “What's Going
On" can be heard blaring through the PA system. The camera will pan
through the curtain as the face of James Evans appears, igniting a negative
reaction from the crowd, as they shower him in jeers. The camera remains on
James as he breaks through the curtain. The boos intensify as James looks out
at the crowd.
Phillips: Introducing first,
from New York City, New York, weighing in at 235 pounds, James Evans!
"Mother, mother
There's too many of you crying
Brother, brother, brother
There's far too many of you dying
You know we've got to find a way
To bring some lovin' here today, yeah"
James slowly makes his way to the ring, as images of him winning various
championships and hitting various moves appear on the screen. James reaches the
ring and makes his way up the ring steps, before turning and facing the crowd.
"Father, father
We don't need to escalate
You see, war is not the answer
For only love can conquer hate
You know we've got to find a way
To bring some lovin' here today"
James then steps into the ring
and walks to the center of it,removing his black hoodie, maintaining his focus.
"Picket lines and picket
signs
Don't punish me with brutality
Talk to me
So you can see
Oh, what's going on (What's going on)
What's going on (What's going on)
What's going on (What's going on)
What's going on (What's going on)"
James then goes to the corner
and sits on the top turnbuckle, his back to the crowd, as the screen shows
James lifting the SCW World title above his head, as his music comes to an end.
Sharper: James Evans clearly
making changes with a new theme song and a new attitude.
Knots: An attitude that seems
to have struck these fans the wrong way.
Lyman: James Evans is
confusing. And that says a lot coming from me!
Phillips: And his partners...
All of a sudden, the lights go
out, prompting a surprised pop from the fans. “Die For You” by Starset begins
to play, the LED screens flickering to life to show a large wisteria tree in
front of a starry night sky with a beautiful moon, the stars seeming like
they’re slowly shifting and dancing around as petals from the tree fall and
gracefully glide through the sky.
Phillips: From Oxford, England
and Tulancingo, Hidalgo, Mexico... The SCW TV Champion Amelia Blythe and La
Pequena Luz... They are the Light in the Darkness!
One spotlight comes to life on
the left side of the stage from the camera’s perspective, revealing Amelia
Blythe standing underneath it, eyes focused on the ring and a small smile on
her lips as her hands are folded in front of her, giving her the look of a
proper young lady. A second spotlight comes to life on the right side of the
stage, revealing La Pequeña Luz standing underneath it with the kind of grin
that could light up a room all on its own as she motions with her hands for the
fans to get pumped up, which they immediately proceed to do. The two slowly
turn their attention to one another and begin closing the distance, their
spotlights following them as they stop within arm’s reach of one another, where
Amelia extends her hand and Luz takes it before they pull their bodies close,
the spotlights merging into one piercing through the darkness. When the song
goes into the chorus, the two ladies begin to literally waltz their way down to
the ring, fast and fluid to keep pace with the song as the spotlight follows
their every move, leaving fans mesmerized by their synergy. As the chorus
reaches its end and the two find themselves at the bottom of the ramp, they
push away from one another as far as their arms will allow without letting go
before quickly pointing to the LED screens with their free hands, where the
night scene is immediately engulfed in white before transitioning to a video
package of the two ladies in action, both together and individually. Slowly,
the two release one another, the single spotlight splitting in two again as
Amelia makes her way up the steps to walk across the apron on one side, wiping
her feet before stepping through the ropes. Luz, meanwhile, hops up onto the
apron right in front of her and grabs the top rope before vaulting herself into
a somersault into the ring, landing on her feet. She moves to the center of the
ring and drops to her knees, cupping her hands together in front of her while
Amelia stands right behind her, hands folded before her once again. As Luz
lifts her cupped hands upward, the arena lights slowly begin to come back on as
Amelia takes her hands and pulls her to her feet, spinning her around one final
time into a tight embrace and a soft kiss before the two move to their corner
to prepare for battle, with both girls shedding their robes and Amelia also
removing her mask.
Sharper: It's been quite some
time since we've seen these two ladies in an SCW ring together and I'm excited
to see what they bring to this match!
Knots: You and me both, Adam!
A coin can be heard dropping
into a coin slot and then the words “START GAME” show up on SCW’s Jumbotron. A
bunch of girls can be heard giggling before “C’est La Vie” by B*Witched begins
to play.
The music plays for quite some time and it is not until it comes to the first
chorus that Polly Playtime, Colleen and Aisling come out together, holding
hands and showing a united front.
Phillips: And their partners,
Polly Playtime, Colleen and Aisling... They are the Playgirls Three!
The trio starts down the ramp
amid a chorus of boos from the fans. They nod to each other before getting in
the ring one at a time and joining James and Light in the Darkness on their
side of the ring.
Sharper: And the final
participants in this match clearly winning no favor from the fans here in
Nashville.
Lyman: Normally I'd have a
smart remark about the people here, but I have nothing bad to say for once.
Knots: That's a miracle in and
of itself! But can Polly get along with the woman who took the SCW Television
Championship away from her last week in Amelia Blythe?
Lyman: She'll have to if she
wants to win!
Sharper: That's exactly right,
Simon. But I have to say the wild card here is James Evans. How is he going to
help his team if he doesn't like violence?
Knots: That's the million dollar
question here.
Lyman: It's definitely going
to be an interesting match, that's for sure!
James's team gets into a brief
huddle of their own and Polly is chosen to start for their side. Bree's team
nods and pats each other on the back as Datura steps forward to meet Polly. The
bell rings to start the match and Polly tries to shove Datura back. Datura
moves back a step then raises an eyebrow.
Sharper: Apparently Polly
forgot how solidly built Datura is!
Knots: It's going to take more
than a shove to get Datura off her feet because of how small Polly is!
Polly backs up a few steps and
tries for a moving forearm. Datura puts her hand on Polly's shoulder and
shoves. Polly stumbles backward and catches herself before she hits the ropes.
Lyman: And Datura wasn't even
trying! Imagine what would have happened if she'd put more force behind that
shove!
Polly scowls and checks to see
where the ropes are before bouncing herself off them and launching herself at
Datura with her hands out in front of her. Datura stumbles back a few steps at
the contact but quickly regains her footing and returns the favor. Polly is
knocked down and the fans cheer.
Sharper: And Datura with the
first knockdown of the match!
Lyman: I think Polly slipped.
Knots: She didn't slip, Simon.
She's not as strong as Datura.
Polly picks herself up and
dropkicks Datura's left shin.
Knots: What's she trying to
do?
Sharper: It looks like she's
trying to take away Datura's vertical base.
Polly dropkicks Datura's shin
again, then adjusts her footing a little and catches Datura in the ankle.
Lyman: Absolutely she's trying
to get Datura off her feet! That's smart!
Sharper: It sure is... But
will it work?
Polly kicks Datura's ankle
again then throws herself forward to do an ankle pick. Datura loses her balance
and falls forward.
Knots: It looks like it did!
Lyman: Can Polly capitalize
and get the win for her team before Datura can tag in one of her partners?
Polly grabs Datura's left foot
and leans back, trapping the other woman in a submission move. Datura reaches
back with her left arm and catches Polly around the neck. Polly is forced to
abandon her grip on Datura's foot and gets whipped around to skid across the
ring.
Sharper: Datura back on her
feet and looking none the worse for wear after Polly's efforts on her left
ankle!
Datura picks Polly up by the
arm and turns her around but Polly slips out of her grasp and scurries over to
her side of the ring so she can regain her composure in safety.
Lyman: And Polly showing she
can be as slippery as a greased eel.
Sharper: Datura not pleased
with this turn of events, but she risks being assaulted by the other team if
she goes after Polly.
Which is what Datura does. She
marches over to Polly and grabs her by the arm to drag her out of the corner.
Knots: Wow! Datura showing
absolutely no fear in regards to Polly's teammates!
Datura succeeds in getting
Polly away from her teammates and throws her into a neutral corner.
Lyman: Datura playing it smart
and keeping Polly away from the rest of her team.
Datura is close behind Polly
and avalanches her in the corner. Polly tries to get away and make a tag but
Datura's not having it. She grabs Polly by the arm and pulls her back into the
corner. But Polly makes her escape again and dives into her corner with her
hand outstretched to make a tag.
Sharper: And Polly just tagged
in James Evans!
James looks surprised, then
annoyed, then shakes his head as he climbs into the ring. Polly rolls under the
bottom rope so she can regroup.
Knots: Datura showing no fear
once again as she prepares to tie up with the man who doesn't like unnecessary
violence.
Lyman: Datura's been more
forward in the ring lately... Could that cause problems here tonight?
Knots: That's a good question,
Simon.
Datura goes after James so
quickly he doesn't have time to get out of the way and he finds himself
sandwiched between her and the ropes as she brings her knee up into his
midsection. Datura nails James with a forearm and then another before Colleen
reaches over and nails Datura with a shot. Datura turns and Aisling hits a pump
kick. James snaps at them before grabbing Datura and spinning through with a
headlock takedown. He leans on her.
1!
2!
Datura rolls her shoulder up
and starts to get up. Evans holds on and keeps grinding his forearm into the
face of Datura. Datura gets her feet under her and Evans then hip throws her
down again. Datura rolls over and Evans then kicks her in the ribs and turns
and throws her into her corner. Datura looks up and steps up, only for Glory to
tag herself in. Glory looks at Datura as Datura glares at her. Bree motions for
Datura to exit. Glory steps into the ring and looks at Evans.
Sharper: “Datura forcibly
tagged out by Glory Braddock.”
Knots: “Datura was getting
riled. Was getting more and more aggressive and it’s early. You need to pace
yourself in this.”
Glory: “You want to wrestle.
Let’s go!”
Glory extends her arms. Evans
then looks at her before shrugging and then Evans steps up and lunges to Glory.
The two lock up and Glory drops down and around him. She moves into a side
headlock. James hoists her up and moves her to the ropes and fires her off. She
bounces off the other side and James then goes for a hip toss. Glory lands on
her feet and then kicks him in the ribs. James steps back before suddenly
Amelia Blythe tags herself in. James turns and glances at her. Amelia steps
into the ring. Glory then smirks as Amelia steps up.
Glory: “Okay! We’re wrestle!”
Amelia nods and then the two
lock up in the middle of the ring. Amelia drops down and under her arm and into
an arm wrench. Glory rolls forward and then bridges up before sliding on her
back in circles before popping up in a flip. She wrenches Amelia’s arm. Amelia
winces and then rolls forward and bridges up before ducking under Glory’s arm
and into a fireman’s carry. She moves into a reverse chinlock. Glory however
slides through and both get up. Glory sweeps around Amelia and into a
waistlock. Amelia however pushes on Glory’s arms and places her arm in between
her arms. She does the same with her other arms and then breaks the hold and
drops down and pulls Glory forward into a roll-up.
1!
2!
Glory kicks out. Both get up
and Amelia goes for another side headlock, but Glory spins out in the opposite
direction and takes her down with a backslide.
1!
2!
Amelia kicks out. She rolls
back and into her corner. La Pequena Luz tags in as Glory falls back and Kelsai
tags herself in.
Sharper: “Glory and Amelia,
both British trained, and showing off that style. We know Glory wants a shot at
the TV Title.”
Lyman: “We got a short
preview, but both to their corners and now Kelsai and Luz in!”
Luz slingshots in as Kelsai
does the same. They run at one another and Kelsai ducks a clothesline. Luz
bounces off the other side as Kelsai does the same. Kelsai jumps up for a
bicycle kick, but Luz somersaults past. Kelsai stops and turns and Luz rolls
back and hooks Kelsai’s head with her feet. She then throws her down with a
headscissors takedown. Kelsai gets up and turns and Luz hits a single leg trip
and goes for the pin.
1!
Kelsai kicks out. Both get up
and Kelsai trips Luz and goes for a pin on her.
1!
Luz kicks out. Both get up and
Kelsai grabs Luz’s arm and kicks her in the ribs. She grabs her other hand and
goes for a test of strength. She pushes back on Luz and Luz ends up using her
head to stop going down. Kelsai jumps up and goes to knee Luz. Luz takes it and
Kelsai jumps up again and this time, Luz drops to her back and brings her feet
up. Kelsai ends up on them and then Kelsai rocks back and Luz jumps up,
kneeling on her shoulders. Luz then twists off and arm drags Kelsai down.
Sharper: “Beautiful arm drag.
We’re getting treated to some lucha-libre now.”
Knots: “Getting all of the
different styles here.”
Kelsai gets up and runs at Luz
and Luz jumps up and hits a hurricanrana into a pin.
1!
2!
Kelsai kicks out. Both women
get up and Luz knees her in the ribs grabs her head. She hoists her up, but
Kelsai knees her in the face and then jumps back and hits a frankensteiner of
her own. Luz hits the mat and rolls toward the wrong corner. Kelsai moves over and
tags in Bree. The crowd cheers as Bree enters. Luz gets up and Bree steps up
and forearms her in the jaw and then again, knocking her into the corner. Bree
whips her across to the opposite neutral corner. Bree runs after and shoulders
her in the ribs. Luz winces and Bree grabs her and snapmares her down and then
kicks her in the back. Luz falls back. Bree goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Luz kicks out. She rolls over
and reaches out for the pin. Blythe reaches out too as Bree grabs Luz and pulls
her up and clubs her in the back once and then again before going for a back
suplex. Luz lands behind her and jumps up and hits a dropkick to the back. Bree
falls forward and through the ropes to the floor. Luz gets up and James reaches
out, but Aisling tags in first and turns and hits a flip dive off the apron
onto Bree!
Sharper: “Bree quickly getting
introduced to the wrong side of the ring. I don’t know if that what Luz had in
mind.”
Lyman: “James wanted in and
you can see he’s not happy about Aisling’s actions.”
Knots: “Then maybe James isn’t
a winner anymore. Maybe he’s just going to the old man that yells at clouds.
And he’s not even that old.”
Sharper: “Bree in trouble
right in front of us. Aisling with a great move and now all over her.”
Aisling grabs Bree. (1) She
turns and shoves her chest first into the ring apron. Bree winces. (2) Aisling
pushes Bree in and rolls into the ring. She turns and tags in Colleen. Colleen
enters as Bree starts to get up and Aisling hits a dropkick to the face.
Aisling turns as Colleen then just hoists her up and throws her forward,
stomach first into a splash on Bree. The crowd ohs. Colleen then runs forward
and hits a senton after. She goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Bree kicks out. Aisling exits
as Colleen turns and grabs Bree and scoops her up. She turns and Aisling tags
in only for Colleen to step back as Aisling slingshots into the ring and grabs
Bree’s head as Colleen falls back, hitting an inverted front slam, acting as a
unique DDT/bulldog combo. The crowd ohs. Colleen throws Bree back and Aisling
goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Bree kicks out again. Colleen
exits the ring as Aisling grabs her and drags her up and runs her into her
corner. James then tags himself in and tells Aisling to get back. Aisling steps
up and James stops her as the crowd boos. Aisling just backs up and exits as
James turns and grabs Bree.
Sharper: “James now in and
stopping this brutal tandem offense by the Playgirls.”
Lyman: “Sending a quick
message of what they could do in the tag division. But Bree now has to turn to
James.”
Knots: “And James offered to
face Bree if it was a proper wrestling match. Which this is. So who the hell
knows what he’s thinking.”
James then turns and wrenches
Bree’s arm. He then hoists her up and moves her into the corner. James backs
up. He then motions for her to come out. The crowd boos some more as Bree looks
up. She winces a bit as James then motions to her. Bree then suddenly lunges
out and drills him with the BOGO. James falls back. Bree then turns and falls
back to her corner as YUYO tags in. She steps in.
YUYO: “YUYO is here and to
thwart any IMPOSTER Princesses!”
YUYO then turns and points and
runs across the ring and nails Aisling with a shot and then Colleen. The crowd
roars. Polly blocks her and holds onto her as James steps over and grabs her
and throws her back. James then looks at her as he sighs. YUYO gets up and
points to him.
YUYO: “What?! YOU BESMIRCH
YUYO!”
James turns and then grabs
YUYO by the arm and moves her over to force her to tag out, but YUYO spins
around and into a school boy.
1!
2!
James kicks out.
Sharper: “Magical Cosmic
Princess YUYO in and James Evans is not impressed.”
Lyman: “What’s nothing to do
with YUYO and I don’t think it’s because he fears her.”
Knots: “Everyone should fear
YUYO.”
Both get up and YUYO puts her
hand in James’s face.
YUYO: “STOP! MAGICAL COSMIC
PRINCESS T-“
James then kicks her in the
ribs and hoists her up and hits a jackhammer. The crowd boos.
1!
2!
YUYO kicks out. She rolls over
and James grabs her and pulls her up. He then hoists her up onto his shoulders
for the Middle Finger to the Establishment, but YUYO elbows him in the jaw over
and over. He stumbles back and near enough to YUYO’s corner for Cassie Wolfe to
tag in. YUYO elbows him again. She slides down as Wolfe springboards to the top
rope and dives forward with a shining wizard type kick to the back of his head.
The crowd ohs. Wolfe rolls Evans over for the pin.
1!
2!
Evans gets his shoulder up. He
rolls over as Wolfe turns and checks on YUYO before turning and Evans gets up
and Wolfe kicks him in the ribs once and then again before running across the
ring. She bounces off and Evans launches her up, but Wolfe lands on the middle
rope and then dives back and lands on his shoulders and hits a hurricanrana.
1!
2!
Evans kicks out as Wolfe falls
to the ropes. Polly runs over and boots her in the face. The crowd ohs. Wolfe
falls back as Evans is unaware. Evans then grabs Wolfe and scoops her up and
slams her down. He turns and Aisling tags back in. She enters and looks at
Wolfe and forearms her in the jaw and then hits a chop. Wolfe hits the ropes.
Aisling fires her across. Wolfe bounces off and Aisling hits a dropkick. She
goes for the pin.
1!
2!
Wolfe kicks out. She turns and
rolls over as Aisling grabs her.
Sharper: “Aisling and Cassie
Wolfe know each other well. A small rivalry brewing here and James Evans
getting out of the ring.”
Lyman: “Didn’t notice Polly
Playtime getting involved. You wonder if he’ll notice it when he reviews the
match.”
Aisling then elbows her in the
back once and then again before turning and going to whip her into the corner.
Wolfe spins through and sends Aisling in. Aisling hits and Wolfe runs after and
Aisling jumps up and hooks her up, turning over the ropes and locking in the
tarantula.
1!
2!
3!
YUYO runs over and then gets
in Aisling’s face and nails her with a hard right and then another. Colleen
drops down and runs around as James shakes his head. YUYO yells at her as Polly
heads around too. Aisling falls to the apron as Wolfe falls back into the ring.
The official moves to the floor to keep the non-legal competitors apart before
Datura runs along the apron and jumps over and hits a dive over onto Polly and
Colleen. James just grits his teeth. Bree looks a bit surprised.
Sharper: “And Datura takes
flight! Off the apron and onto the Playgirls!”
Knots: “And James judges
across the way!”
Cassie crawls away from the
ropes as Aisling slowly pulls herself up on the apron. Wolfe then walks over
and grabs her by the head and pulls her over the top rope and hooks her head.
Her legs hang on the top rope, before Wolfe drops down with a reverse DDT. The
crowd ohs. Wolfe hooks the leg. The official turns back to the ring and rolls
in.
1!
2!
Blythe breaks it up.
Sharper: “And Blythe breaks it
up. Again, this is where trust may come in. Do you trust people to kick out? Do
you know their breaking points?”
Lyman: “And you wonder if
that’s going to lead to a break down in some ways.”
Sharper: “Blythe back out.
Always one to play things by the book.”
Blythe looks on as Evans paces
a bit. Wolfe rolls off and turns and winces as Aisling rolls over. Wolfe then
turns and grabs her. She drags her over and tags in YUYO. YUYO points to
herself and enters. Wolfe then fires Aisling into the ropes. She bounces off
and YUYO and Wolfe both hit a dropkick before both getting up and then
high-fiving and then hitting a double elbow. The crowd roars. YUYO gets up and
jumps up and down as Wolfe smiles and nods before turning and seeing Colleen
and Playtime getting back up. They then turn and look at each other. Wolfe and
YUYO then run at the ropes and hit a dual dive through the ropes onto Polly and
Colleen! The crowd roars.
Sharper: “YUYO and Wolfe dive
through the ropes.”
Knots: “And look at James
Evans. He’s incensed!”
Sharper: “While the Playgirls
in trouble!”
YUYO and Wolfe get up and
James drops down and grabs Wolfe from behind and rolls her into the ring. James
turns as YUYO grabs him and spins him around. She snaps at him before shaking
her finger in his face. James turns and walks around the ring as goes to the
steps to climb up. YUYO grabs him and James instinctively shoves her down. YUYO
falls back as in the ring, Wolfe gets up only for Aisling to hit a lungblower.
Aisling turns and winces and tags in Luz. Luz climbs to the top rope as Datura
then runs over and tackles James down off the steel steps. The crowd ohs as
both fall hard to the barricade and floor. The official turns to them as Luz
glances back and hits the Ilumina la Noche!
Sharper: “Ilumina la Noche!
Luz hit it! But the official…Datura and James!”
Knots: “She’s got Wolfe down
and to rights!”
Luz remains down as she looks
over as Datura nails James with a hard right and then another. The official
focuses on them as Luz then looks up only for YUYO to enter the ring and run
over and jump up and hits a running senton to the back of Luz. Luz rolls over.
YUYO turns and checks on Cassie before running over and stomping on Luz once
and then again. Blythe enters the ring and pulls her off. YUYO rolls through.
Blythe turns as Luz then looks on as YUYO runs at them. Luz moves Blythe out of
the way and YUYO misses both and hits the ropes chest first. She steps back as
Luz jumps up and Blythe turns and they hit the Wisteria Waltz on YUYO. The
crowd ohs. Luz and Blythe roll through. Bree enters the ring and they get up
only for her to lunge and hit both with the Classifier. The crowd ohs.
Sharper: “Chaos starting.
Light in the Darkness take out YUYO. Bree takes them out!”
Lyman: “While the official is
trying to stop Datura who keeps attacking James Evans.”
Knots: “She may get
disqualified!”
Bree gets up and turns as
Polly climbs to the top rope and dives off with Downplay. The crowd ohs. Bree
rolls out of the ring. Polly then gets up as Braddock slingshots in and runs
over and clotheslines her down. Polly gets up and turns to her as Braddock
grabs her, but Polly nails her in the ribs with a shot and then another before
she hits a Chick Kick. Braddock falls to the mat. She gets up and Polly then
grabs her and places her head between her legs. Braddock however back drops her
down. The crowd roars. Polly rolls over and gets up and Braddock ducks past her
and around her, hooking her arms before spinning her down into the
Glorification! The crowd ohs. Glory gets up and Colleen runs at her and hits a
running hip check. Glory hits the mat as Colleen runs into the ropes, bouncing
off and hitting a running senton backsplash.
Sharper: “Colleen now
attacking Braddock. Getting revenge for her taking out Polly!”
Lyman: “But here comes
Kelsai!”
Colleen turns and gets up as
Kelsai Adamson dives off the top rope with a missile dropkick. Colleen hits the
mat and rolls to the floor. Kelsai runs over after her and nails her with a
shot and then another before Aisling reaches up and pulls Kelsai to the floor,
dumping her down. Datura then rolls James into the ring. James tries to pull
away, but Datura slides in and runs at him and jumps up and hits a double
stomp. Datura then starts to stomp around the ring, clearly incensed. Datura
then moves to James and kneels next to him.
Datura: “You want to see what
I am! Fine James! Fine!”
Datura then grabs James and
pulls him up and places his head between her legs. The crowd roars.
Sharper: “Wait a minute!
Datura back in the ring! She’s lost it!”
Knots: “Completely lost it.
She’s been just going after him and…oh no!”
Lyman: “She’s not thinking
what I think she’s thinking!”
Sharper: “She’s got him set
up…maybe a piledriver!”
Datura tries to hoist James
up, but winces and drops him back down. She stomps her leg before hoisting him
back up, but Bree slides into the ring and heads over to her. Datura brings
Evans back down. Bree steps up and cups her chin and talks to her. Datura then
pulls away from James and falls to a knee. Bree kneels next to her, checking on
her. James rolls over stirs before starting to get up. Bree then says something
to Datura. She smirks as the two get up and then run at James and hit a double
spear. The crowd roars. Bree and Datura get up and look around before Luz and
Blythe enter the ring. Bree and Datura turn to see them as Cassie moves to her
corner. The official gets back in the ring.
Sharper: “Bree and Datura on
one side. Light in the Darkness on the other!”
Knots: “This could be fun!”
Bree and Datura lunge and Luz
and Blythe both down. Luz runs into the ropes, pairing off with Datura. Datura
takes her down with a belly to belly as Blythe trips up Bree with a spinning
double leg takedown. Datura turns and grabs Blythe and clubs her in the back
once and then again before Blythe runs to the ropes. She pushes off and rolls
through. She gets up and Bree grabs her. Datura then steps up and hits a
dropkick and Bree hits a German suplex. Blythe rolls through. Bree then gets up
as Luz jumps off her back and nails Datura with a diving knee to the jaw.
Datura falls out of the ring. The official tries to get them out as Luz turns
as Bree turns and nails her with a forearm. Luz forearms her back. They trade
blows before Bree knees her and runs into the ropes, only for Polly and Colleen
to pull her by the legs and drag her down to the floor. Luz then turns as YUYO
tags in Cassie and Cassie runs at Luz. Luz ducks a clothesline. YUYO hops in
and runs forward and Luz grabs her, but Cassie runs over and hits a jumping
enziguri kick to the head. Luz falls forward and into YUYO who rolls her up
with a small package.

Luz just kicks out. She rolls
over as YUYO gets up and turns to Cassie. They both grab Blythe and turn and
throw her out of the ring. Cassie is then pulled out by the legs by Aisling who
drags her down and throws her into Bree. Kelsai gets free as does Glory and
Glory enters the ring and runs across, hitting a flip dive as Kelsai hits an
Asai moonsault off the middle rope and both collide into the Playgirls in front
of the announce position!
Sharper: “Bodies everywhere!
Playgirls were trying to get everyone out. But they missed Glory and Kelsai!”
Knots: “Everyone is down!”
Lyman: “But YUYO in the ring!
With La Pequena Luz!”
YUYO turns and clubs Luz in
the back once and then again before clubbing her over and over in the back. She
then moves to the corner and stomp her foot on the canvas.

YUYO then lunges and goes for

starts to get up, but Luz spins around her and drives her down with the Lights
Out. She hooks the leg.

The crowd roars and the bell
sounds.
Phillips: “Here are your
winners, via pinfall, James Evans, Polly Playtime, Colleen, Aisling, Amelia
Blythe and La Pequena Luz!”
Sharper: “The chaos is over!
La Pequena Luz countering YUYO and walking away with the win.”
Lyman: “Light in the Darkness
showing up and showing why they are one’s to watch. Blythe winning the TV Title
on Breakdown; Luz tonight.”
Evans winces on the floor as
we cut to shots of everyone else down. The crowd cheers as Blythe heads over to
Luz and helps her up.
Sharper: “Just a wild match.
First twelve person tag in SCW history and it’s certainly one we’ll remember!”
Knots: “So will everyone in
this thing! Datura tried to piledrive Evans!”
Luz and Blythe embrace as they
have their arms raised as the scene cuts away.
We open up at the SCW Headquarters. The sounds of phones
ringing and people talking is broken up by a shot into the office of SCW
Founder, Mr. D. We then hear a buzz as Mr. D looks around and then looks at the
phone in the room. He presses a button.
Mr. D: “Yes?”
Sasha: “Dad….can I talk to you?”
Mr. D: “Oh yeah. Of course!”
Sasha: “I’ll be right in.”
A few moments pass before Sasha walks into the office.
Sasha walks to the desk and sits down across from him.
Sasha: “So enjoying things.”
Mr. D: “Of course! Comfortable chairs, big office, nice
day, a visit from my daughter.”
Sasha: “Well I’m here on business. Next year, big deal,
Rise to Greatness XX. What do you think about returning to Toronto for it?”
Mr. D: “I love it! Would be great to return to the
Skydom-“
Sasha: “Come on dad, you know it’s not called that
anymore. It’s the Rogers Centre.”
Mr. D: “True, but when we were there for the first one,
it was. You know what else happened since then.”
Sasha: “What?”
Mr. D: “Four different presidents of the United States.
Yeah….several football scandals. Social Media became a thing. Facebook didn’t
exist!”
Mr. D shakes his head.
Mr. D: “I remember making business deals over this MSN
thing.”
Sasha: “Now we just text and have apps for that.”
Mr. D: “Back then, apps were what you had before dinner
at a restaurant!”
Sasha: “I know, I know.”
Mr. D: “What a time it was. Back in 2004, the first Rise
to Greatness. Steve Griffin versus CHBK. Jason
Zero was then Lestat and officiating. Dean Black and Jay Gold hated each
other. Mr. Showtime! Mono Loco! The Relentless!”
Sasha: “The formative years. And since then, the talent
has just gotten bigger and better. Selena Frost, Syren, Adam Allocco, Owen Lee,
Holly Adams, GiGi Aries-“
Mr. D: “Twenty years ago, he wasn’t a problem either!”
Sasha: “Well a lot has changed since then. Except one
thing…”
Mr. D: “What’s that?”
Sasha: “SCW is still the symbol for the greatest
wrestling in the world.”
Mr. D: “You know what else?”
Mr. D reaches into his desk and pulls out a bottle of rye
and two glasses.
Mr. D: “We can toast to that!”
Mr. D pours some rye for both and we cut forward to them
cheering to their success. The Rise to Greatness logo comes up on the screen.
“Rise to Greatness XX…July 2023…SCW returns home to
Toronto!”
The logo remains on the screen for a bit longer before we
cut back to the office. Sasha leans back in her chair.
Sasha: “There’s one other thing that’s changed, dad?”
Mr. D: “What’s that?”
Sasha: “Why are you in my office?”
Mr. D looks around and nods. He gets up and walks around
as Sasha gets up and spins around to be on the other side. They swap places as
the scene fades out.
Adam Allocco & Ravyn
Taylor vs. Xander Valentine & Syren
The arena lights shutter off.
A single beam of golden light is cast down onto the center of the stage, accompanied
by a loud bass rumbling from the sound system. A light snowfall of sliver
confetti falls within the pillar of light. The rough guitar chords of 'Wired'
by JJ Wilder strike the sound system. Adam steps out, head hung low, into the
light. He slowly looks up, a blinding flash of light accompanies him dropping
down onto his knee. He raises his arms, almost as if he's calling out to God.
“Fast cars good life what you waiting for?
Grow up perfect life knocking at your door
I’ve been working for myself since seventeen
Taking orders getting low on self-esteem”
Adam stands up and shoots a pose where he flexes his biceps before kicking his
foot up into the air and swinging towards the ramp. He saunters down slowly,
while he cocks a wily smile toward any nearby cameras. He forms a triangle with
both hands.
Phillips: “The following
contest is a tag team match, scheduled for onefall and has a sixty minute time
limit. First, on his way to the ring, from Rochester, New York, he is the
Renaissance Man, Adam Allocco!”
“Wake up, same clothes, off I go to hell again
Making money, sinking when I’m trying to swim
I’m tired but I know a guy that has a cure for that
I’m wired, that’s the only way that I stay golden….”
Adam struts up the ring steps, now whipping his jacket to reveal his rehabbed
midsection, then posing once more against the ropes out on the apron. He kicks
up and over and lands on his feet. He tosses the jacket to the referee
nonchalantly.
“There’s something better than this
I crack my teeth, bite down and grab it
Need something better than this
Break through the prison of my habits”
Adam immediately heads over to a corner and forms the triangle hand gesture
again.
Sharper: “Allocco making an
unholy alliance with Ravyn Taylor to get a couple of notable obstacles out of
his path. He already has his World Title shot at Retribution. That’s thanks to
his Trios Tournament contract.”
Lyman: “He needs to make it
there. The attacks he’s made on Syren, and then the anger of Xander both may
lead him to regret some of his decisions.”
Sharper: “And there’s still
hanging over Adam, what that secret is. Xander has been close to his chest
about it. Almost like he knows how powerful it is, but we don’t know. But it’s
enough for Xander to focus on making his life a living hell!”
The camera cuts to the crowd
where we see a group of red-shirted security walking in through one of the
ground-level entrances. They line up in front of the fans for a moment and seem
to be holding them back. Then the lights go out leaving the arena in complete
darkness. The screen fills with images of Franklin D. Roosevelt’s inaugural
address.
“So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to
fear is—”
There’s a record scratch before a deep voice fills the arena.
“INFAMOUS!”
The opening of “Open Your Eyes” by Guano Apes hits the PA system.
“Hide your face forever
Dream and search forever-ever-ever-ever”
The song gets stuck on the word and is then interrupted by the deep sound of
the voice of Marilyn Manson.
“Just lay your head in daddy’s lap
You’re a bad girl!”
“Bad Girl” by Avril Lavigne hits the PA system as we cut to the backstage. We
see Ravyn Taylor walking the corridors, accompanied by Alexander Crowe. Ravyn
has her ring-gear on, and most notably her ring jacket. We can hear the boos
from the live crowd as we follow the trio walking backstage. We then cut to the
shot of the doorway again where we see Ravyn Taylor walk through. She pauses, a
smirk on her face for a moment, before beginning to walk to the ring.
Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
DARK FANTASY
We follow the duo as they make their way down toward ringside, with security
keeping fans back in the aisles. Ravyn doesn’t seem at all distracted by the
noise and movement of people around her however, keeping her eyes focused on
the ring. She gets to the barricade and pauses. Alexander Crowe grabs her by
the arms and lift her up and over. She jumps down the other side and smirks
again as she starts to walk toward the ring.
Phillips: “His partner, representing Infamous and being accompanied by
Alexander Crowe, hailing from Hell, Michigan, she is the Bad, Bad Girl, Ravyn
Taylor!”
Ravyn steps up the ring steps, pausing for a moment before encouraging Jason
Phillips to walk over toward her. She points to the ropes, telling him to sit
on the middle rope to lower it for her. He hesitates before doing exactly that,
and she responds by vaulting over the top rope and just smirking at him. She
then casually removes her jacket, tossing it into the corner before climbing
the turnbuckles on the left camera side and looking out toward the camera.
Sharper: “Ravyn Taylor
meanwhile happily going along. Seemingly tempting Syren with a return to
Infamous. Syren refusing.”
Knots: “But we saw on
Breakdown, there were limits. Artemis had to stop Ravyn from injuring Xander.”
Sharper: “Syren, we’ve seen.
She’ll compete against Ravyn. But outside of the ring, it’s almost like there’s
a different set of rules.”
Lyman: “They’re wives, not
competitors.”
The lights in the arena plunge
into darkness. A pulsing sound plays out across the PA system as the fans
cheer. We cut to the backstage area where we see a tour bus with Syren’s logo
on the side. Syren walks out in her full ring gear, complete with black ring
jacket and pink halter-top/black tights. She begins walking into the arena as
we cut back to inside to see the fans reacting. “Groupie” by Cassie Steele then
hits as we see one of the doors opening and Syren walking through. She pauses
to take in the atmosphere before walking down toward the ring.
Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
DARK FANTASY
Syren walks down the walkway
to the crowd barricade before walking around and through the timekeeper’s area.
She jumps up onto the apron before climbing the turnbuckles on the outside and
waving her hands to get the fans fired up. As the camera gets closer to her,
she shouts at the camera before pointing out at the fans.
Phillips: “Their opponents,
first, hailing from Los Angeles, California, this is Syren!”
Syren smiles before leaping
over the top rope and posing in the ring with both her arms outstretched. She
screams before taking off her ring jacket and throwing it over the top rope
toward the timekeeper’s table. She climbs up on the middle rope, posing for a
moment before jumping back down and standing in her corner as her music fades
out. She then looks across at Ravyn and Adam.
Sharper: “Syren defiantly
walking to the ring. Standing across from her wife and from Allocco.”
Knots: “Probably waiting to
see if Adam may try to attack her again!”
A long church bell rings,
once- twice- a third time as the crowd explodes. The lights go out as Xander’s
voice echoes out over the sound system, increasing the intensity of the crowd’s
roar.
“Never send to know for whom
the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”
The few opening keystrokes of
“Soul on Fire” by Last Internationale chime. A lull before the storm as the
crowd seems to calm for only a moment before Delila Paz’s blues dominate the
audio.
“Some are born to kill
Others are born to run
Some need to keep on takin'
Till you ain't got none”
A singular light appears
before the curtains, on the other side is the outline of a large man. On the
screen, we’re shown Xander Valentine holding onto the bars of a prison cell. He
starts to bend the bars before the scene blurs.
“But baby, I wasn't built to die
Lay down and be crucified
Nah, no matter how hard they try
To push me down
Still I rise”
“Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)”
The curtain drops to reveal
Xander. A quick salvo of pyros explodes in front of him before he steps through
the smoke with an intense look on his face. He goes from one side of the stage
to the next, yelling out to the crowd and throwing up his arms. He then stops
at the top of the ramp while Artemis steps up from behind him and throws his
arm up into the air. Together they start down the ramp, Xander’s gaze affixed
on the ring.
Phillips: “And her partner, fighting
out of Fort Collins, Colorado… from Rochester, New York… he is the Paragon of
Violence, the Executioner, Xander Valentine!”
Suffocate me until I am blue
To preserve my bad worldview
Paranoid, All Eyes On Me
Rumours circle, vultures feed
Baby, I wasn't built to die
Lay down and be crucified
Nah, no matter how hard they try
To push me down
Still I rise
Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)
Xander leaps up onto the apron
in a single bound. Artemis joins him by slipping below the bottom rope. Xander
climbs up over the top rope and marches straight to the far side of the ring.
He throws his arms up again, getting a massive pop. He goes to the opposite
side and repeats to garner the same response. He hops down from the rope, and
jogs into place, waiting for the bell. Artemis leans up and whispers into his
ears before departing with a kiss on his neck. Artemis gives an evil look at
Syren as Syren looks at her before Syren looks down. Xander then turns to
Syren. Xander steps past her and right out of the ring. Syren looks at Xander.
Sharper: “And that tells you
what you need to know. That coolness is still there.”
Knots: “From respect to
whatever this is.”
Lyman: “And Ravyn Taylor knows
exactly what she’s preying on and Adam does too!”
Syren steps forward as the
bell sounds. Ravyn then turns to Adam, pats him on the back before exiting the
ring. Syren nods as she steps out. Adam walks out and smirks. He walks around
with a swagger as the two circle the ring.
Sharper: “And to kick us
off…Adam Allocco has to face Syren face to face.”
Lyman: “Going to be a bit
different than its been for him!”
Syren and Allocco lock up in
the middle of the ring. Syren drops down and around Allocco into a waistlock.
Allocco goes for a back elbow, but spins around and ends up face to face with
Syren. Allocco grabs at her face and Syren forearms him in the ribs. Allocco
winces and Syren forearms him again in the ribs before then turning and
snapmaring him down. She goes for a chinlock. She glances over at Xander as
Allocco turns and starts to get his feet under him. He elbows Syren in the ribs
and then again before shoving her into the ropes. Syren bounces off and Allocco
steps up and shoulders her down. He then steps up and flexes as the crowd boos.
Syren slowly gets up.
Sharper: “Hard shoulder and
Allocco’s arrogance coming to the forefront.”
Lyman: “He’s been getting back
to highlighting the old Adam even though he’s sober now since he knows he can
challenge for the World Title again.”
Syren gets up and turns as
Allocco walks over and blasts her with a forearm shot. Syren hits the mat and
gets up. Allocco turns and whips her across the ring. Syren bounces off and
Allocco hits a back elbow. Syren hits the mat. Allocco dives down for the pin.

Syren kicks out. She turns and
Allocco pulls her up. Allocco then wrenches her arm, but Syren nails him with a
hard right. She nails him with another before chopping her. The crowd woos.
Syren chops him again. More woos. Allocco falls to the ropes and Syren goes to
whip him across, but Allocco spins through and sends her in. She bounces off
and jumps up and hits a Lou Thesz Press. She hammers away. She then gets up and
runs into the ropes, bouncing off and hitting a leg drop.
Sharper: “Hard leg drop. Syren
making sure everything hurts.”
Knots: “Why not? Gets a bit of
revenge.”
Lyman: “To a better man it
hasn’t happened. And Allocco probably is happy its Syren still not Xander.”
Syren turns and goes for the
tag.
Sharper: “You may have spoken
too soon.”
Xander tags himself in. He
steps into the ring, but does not look at Syren at all. Syren exits to the
apron before Xander walks over as Allocco gets up and immediately his eyes
widen as Xander forearms him in the jaw, knocking him down. Allocco hits the
mat and gets up and Xander nails him again with a hard forearm. Allocco hits
the mat and gets up before Xander knees him in the ribs. Xander whips him
across the ring into the opposite corner. Xander then runs after and goes for a
running splash. Allocco just gets out of the way. He then manages to get to the
corner and tags in Ravyn. Xander steps back, wincing, and annoyed as Ravyn
looks in and steps into the ring. Xander then turns and walks over to Syren and
tags her back in. The crowd boos a bit, while other cheer.
Sharper: “Xander could get
revenge on Ravyn and just tagged Syren back in.”
Knots: “Well this just got
interesting!”
Syren looks at Xander as
Xander then says something to her. Syren turns to him and then steps into the
ring. Ravyn just smiles and waves at Syren. Syren steps forward and Ravyn rubs
her hands. Syren then steps up and grabs Ravyn. Ravyn backs up to the ropes and
leans through it.

Syren backs up. Ravyn then
leans back in and spins through Syren and takes her down with an arm drag
takedown and holds onto the arm. Syren winces and starts to get up as Ravyn
jerks on the arm. Syren winces as Ravyn leans in, whispering to her and Syren
pushes her into the ropes and then fires her off. Crowe turns away from the
ring as Ravyn bounces off and Syren hits a back elbow. Ravyn hits the mat.
Syren goes for an elbow drop. Ravyn moves out of the way. Syren gets up and
Ravyn turns and grabs Syren in a side headlock.
Sharper: “These two are going
at it. Ravyn and Syren competing here.”
Lyman: “But look at Ravyn. She
keeps whispering to Syren the entire time!”
Ravyn whispers to Syren some
more as Syren fires her off. Ravyn bounces off and Syren shoulders her down.
She runs into the ropes. She bounces off as Ravyn moves toward Syren. Syren
however cartwheels through. She gets up and Ravyn gets up and Syren hits a
dropkick. She geos for the pin.
1!
2!
Ravyn kicks out. Both get up
and Syren grabs Ravyn, only for Ravyn to rake the eyes. The crowd ohs and boos.
Ravyn then moves Syren to the middle rope and sits on her back. Syren fights a
bit.
1!
2!
3!
4!
Ravyn steps forward as the
official reprimands her and Allocco then hits a dropkick to the side of Syren’s
head. Syren falls back. The crowd boos. Xander paces a bit as he glances at
Artemis. Syren rolls over and gets up as Ravyn then pulls her down with a
school boy.
1!
2!
Syren kicks out. The crowd
cheers. Ravyn gets up and turns as Syren pulls herself up. Ravyn then wrenches
her arm and holds out Syren. She can clearly be seen saying “Sorry” before
Allocco tags in. Allocco enters and kicks Syren in the ribs. He then spins
through and hooks her up and hits a high angle back suplex.
Sharper: “And Ravyn after
playing mind games against Syren the entire time-“
Lyman: “And notice that
Allocco did most of the offense…”
Knots: “Syren and Xander are
just not on the same page. Not even wrestling the same match. Syren is dealing
with all three in some way. And I have to say I love it!”
Syren winces and turns as
Allocco folds her up for the pin.
1!
2!
Syren kicks out. She turns and
rolls over and starts to move to the ropes. Allocco watches her as she gets up
and Allocco then grabs her again and hits another high angle back suplex. Syren
rolls through. Allocco then looks at Xander and smirks before pointing at
Syren.
Allocco: “And you think you
two can handle us?”
Allocco laughs as he turns and
stomps Syren in the face and then again and again. He grabs Syren and pulls her
up and then whips her into the corner. Allocco runs after and hits a running
knee. The crowd ohs. Allocco then pulls her out and double underhooks her.
Allocco then hoists her up, and hits a double underhook suplex. He bridges up.
1!
2!
Syren kicks out again. She
turns and rolls over and looks at Xander. Syren start s to get up as Allocco
then runs at her and clotheslines her down. He smirks and turns around as
Xander suddenly enters the ring and runs over and boots Allocco in the head.
The crowd erupts as Xander walks around
the ring and the official reprimands Xander.
Sharper: “Allocco getting
cocky. Syren just getting thrown around.”
Lyman: “She may have found an
opening, but I think Xander realized Ravyn and Allocco have something in mind.
And Ravyn is the wild card.”
Sharper: “So Xander just took
Allocco’s head off. That’s the other thing – Xander still hates Allocco!”
Knots: “But look at Ravyn!”
While Xander is forced out,
Artemis points out as Ravyn enters and drags Syren over to Ravyn’s corner.
Ravyn exits and holds her arms up. Xander exits the ring as the official turns.
Allocco winces and starts to get up. Ravyn extends her arm. Allocco then
staggers over and tags her in. The crowd boos. Xander sighs and throws his arms
up. Ravyn enters and smirks as she then leans on Syren’s face, driving her
thigh into her before looking down at her. She then smirks before backing up to
the middle of the ring. She looks at Syren. Ravyn then smirks before running at
Syren and then hitting a broncobuster.
Sharper: “A broncobuster! Give
me a break.”
Knots: “You saw that smirk by
Ravyn!”
Ravyn “bucks” a few times as
some male fans roar. Crowe shakes his head at ringside before turning away
again. Ravyn then rolls back and looks at Syren, falling a knee. She says something
to Syren as she stirs. Syren shakes her head, responding this time. Ravyn
shrugs before saying something again before dragging Syren up and then dropping
her with an inside cradle.
1!

Syren kicks out. She rolls
through and gets up to her feet. Ravyn then turns to her, but Syren scoops her
up and then hits a powerslam. Syren hooks the leg.
1!
2!
Ravyn kicks out. Syren turns
and lunges for the tag, but Ravyn hooks her leg. Syren turns and kicks at Ravyn
before Ravyn then holds on and keeps fighting before then rolling over. Syren
moves around with her forearms, but Ravyn then pulls up on Syren’s legs and
locks in a sharpshooter. The crowd boos.
Sharper: “Syren now in
trouble. Again, Ravyn just a step ahead, knowing her better than anyone. This
is a different challenge than she’s used to.”
Knots: “And think she’s even
adding the extra layer – using a move CHBK was known for!”
Sharper: “Ravyn’s barking
orders. Allocco and Valentine now seeing who will move first while Syren, she’s
fighting. She’s still fighting!”
Xander and Allocco watch one
another as Syren bridges up in pain. Ravyn sits down. The crowd looks on as
Syren reaches out and the official checks on her. She says no. She keeps reaching
out. She then starts to move herself closer as Allocco and Xander keep an eye
on one another. Allocco even mocks Xander. Xander however leans on the ropes.
The crowd boos some as most cheer.
Sharper: “Xander’s not coming
in!”
Lyman: “He’s even watching.
Syren fighting for herself!”
Sharper: “She’s getting closer
and closer! But can she get there!”
Syren keeps fighting and gets
closer to the ropes and closer. She uses her size advantage to drag Ravyn as
Ravyn keeps the hold on and Syren reaches out, touching the bottom rope. She
takes a moment and reaches out again and grabs the bottom rope. The crowd
roars.

Ravyn lets go and gets up. She
then turns around and looks at Syren. She turns to Xander and smirks. Ravyn
then walks over to Syren and grabs her and drags her up. Syren grimaces in
pain, clutching her back. Ravyn then spins her around, but Syren suddenly jumps
up and hits the Golden Blonde. Ravyn pops back, holding her ribs in pain. The
crowd cheers. Syren grimaces and turns, looking at Xander.
Sharper: “Syren caught Ravyn.
We’ve said how well Ravyn knows Syren. It goes the other way!”
Lyman: “And now Syren needs to
make a tag!”
Knots: “If Xander will even
take it!”
Syren crawls over to the
corner, looking up at Xander the entire way. Ravyn meanwhile heads toward
Allocco as Allocco then reaches out and Ravyn gets close enough for Ravyn to
tag him. Allocco enters, but Syren dives and tags in Xander. Xander enters the
ring. Allocco nails Xander with a hard right and then another and another
before running across the ring. He bounces off and then runs at Xander. Xander
steps up and goes for a clothesline. Allocco ducks down and around Xander into
a waistlock. He goes for German suplex, but Xander blocks it. Allocco tries
again and then Xander turns and knees him in the ribs before scooping him up
and onto his shoulder and running toward the corner, hitting a snake eyes. The
crowd roars. Allocco stumbles back as Xander runs into the ropes, bouncing off
and hitting a boot. Allocco hits the mat. Ravyn enters and goes for the legs,
but Xander lifts his foot and Ravyn slides only for Allocco to stomp her hard
in the chest. The crowd ohs.
Sharper: “Ravyn went for the
leg to cut Xander off.”
Knots: “He’s not been in that
much, so we don’t know the damage from Breakdown!”
Lyman: “And he’s hiding it
well.”
Ravyn rolls to the apron.
Xander turns as Allocco starts to get up and Xander scoops him up and hits a
sidewalk slam into a pin.

Allocco kicks out. He turns
and starts to get up. Xander gets up too and watches him before dropping him
with a haymaker. Allocco hits the mat and rolls over. He starts to get up to
the corner and Xander walks over and knees him in the ribs once and then again
and again. He whips Allocco across the ring. Allocco flips up the corner and
then lands hard on his back before getting up and turning and walking into
Xander who grabs him by the throat. He then throws him into the corner. Allocco
hits the corner. Xander runs at him and clotheslines him down. Allocco falls to
the mat. Xander drags him out and goes for the pin.

Allocco gets his shoulder up.
He turns as Xander pulls himself up. Xander then walks around the ring as
Allocco slowly gets up and Xander walks over to him and Allocco suddenly pokes
Xander’s eyes. Xander grimaces in pain before Allocco grabs him by the waist
and hits a German suplex into the corner. The crowd ohs. Xander rolls over in
pain, holding his head and neck.
Sharper: “Allocco using the
ring for maximum effect. German suplex takes Xander hard into it.”
Lyman: “The man says he’s at
the top of his game, and he’s showing it there.”
Allocco slides out and looks
at Xander as he is in a heap in the corner. Allocco smirks and turns and stomps
Xander in the ribs and then again and again. He stomps away as the crowd boos.

just watches him before jumping up and hitting a dropkick to the jaw. Xander
stumbles out and falls to a knee. Allocco watches him and smirks before grabbing
him from behind and then hitting a German suplex into a bridge.

Xander rolls his shoulder up.
Allocco sits up. He then looks around as Ravyn gets up at the apron.
Sharper: “Allocco trying to
maybe beat Xander just to exorcise that demon!”
Lyman: “He nearly did.”
Knots: “Syren’s still
recovering. So Xander had to kicked out and nearly didn’t!”
Xander stirs as Allocco grabs
him and drags him up. Allocco then nails him in the ribs with a knee. He goes
to drag him toward Ravyn, but Xander blocks it. Allocco turns and knees him in
the ribs once and then again and again and again. He then pushes him back and
pulls him in for an exploder suplex. Xander however elbows out of it. The crowd
roars. Allocco spins out. Xander then turns and boots Allocco in the face.
Allocco stumbles back, bouncing off the ropes and then into Xander who grabs
him by the throat. Xander looks right at him, but Allocco kicks him in the left
leg once and then again. Xander grimaces. Allocco then grabs at the leg. Allocco
clubs at Allocco. Allocco lets go and rolls away. Xander stumbles back. He then
turns around and Allocco runs at him, sliding past him. He gets up and waits.
Xander turns and Allocco goes for a kick to the leg, but Xander blocks it and
then lifts Allocco’s leg up and he backflips from the launch. The crowd ohs.
Xander then turns and nails Ravyn with a hard right. Ravyn hits the mat.
Sharper: “Xander Valentine
just using his strength, his ungodly strength to launch Allocco!”
Knots: “That wasn’t a suplex,
but damn it, it was his own!”
Allocco slowly gets up and
Xander grabs him and pulls him up and then pulls him back by his head and locks
in the Fade to Black. The crowd erupts as he pulls his leg back. Allocco yells
out in pain as he struggles and tries to grab onto Xander’s arm for leverage.
Xander drags him from the ropes as the crowd roars. But in the process. Allocco
is able to swing with his right arm at the back of Xander’s leg. Xander goes
down to a leg, letting go. The crowd ohs. Allocco drops down and rolls over. He
gets up and superkicks Xander in the jaw. Xander falls to the mat. Allocco goes
for the pin, but Syren suddenly springboards to the top rope.

She hits the Blondeton Bomb
onto Allocco! Allocco rolls off in pain. Syren rolls through and to the ropes.
She then starts to get up, but Ravyn then pulls her in and onto the ropes.
Ravyn hooks her up with the ropes and hooks her arm, keeping her there. Xander
rolls over. Allocco grimaces, holding his back in pain as he grabs at the
ropes.
Sharper: “Syren saving Xander!
But Syren’s in trouble!”
Lyman: “Ravyn’s got her caught
in the ropes and I think she’s moving into the Memento Mori!”
Sharper: “Allocco doesn’t know
where he is. Xander though sees him.”
Xander rolls over, wincing in
pain, holding his jaw. Allocco stumbles back and Xander then hoists him up onto
his back. The crowd erupts in cheers as Xander drops him with the Valhalla has
Fallen! The crowd ohs. Xander goes for the pin as Ravyn locks in the Memento
Mori on Syren in the ropes.
Sharper: “Ravyn does have it
locked in while Xander plants Allocco! Valhalla has Fallen!”
Xander turns and hooks the
leg.

The crowd erupts in cheers.
Xander gets up as the bell sounds. Ravyn keeps the hold on as Xander gets up.
The official at first raises his arm before seeing Ravyn still with the hold on
Syren. Xander glances over at Syren and Ravyn for a good moment.
Phillips: “Here are your
winners, via pinfall, Xander Valentine and Syren!”
Sharper: “They’ve won, but
Syren! She’s still locked in that hold-“
Knots: “Xander’s not going to
help. Syren took a while on Breakdown! And looks like Xander’s moving on!”
Xander turns and joins
Artemis. Artemis looks at Syren too as the official calls for the bell again.
Ravyn now lets go of the hold and rolls over as Syren is down on the apron.
Syren’s immediately moving, suggesting Ravyn never fully locked it in. Ravyn
then looks at Xander before turning to Syren. Syren rolls to the floor and
falls over to the announce position. Crowe walks over to check on her. Xander
Valentine meanwhile starts to head to the back, his music playing throughout
the arena, Artemis by his side.
A recap video plays showing
the history between Kimberly Williams and Owen Cruze.
Kimberly Williams vs. Owen
Cruze
SCW Underground Championship
SCW World Championship
The lights go out, except for
a single spotlight at the top of the stage. The opening chords to “Patient
Number 9” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play. A haunting voice is heard…
"Is there a way out of here?"
"Hey, how long you been here?"
"I wanna go home"
"Hey, hahaha"
"Hahaha"
"Excuse me, could you tell how to get out of here?"
"Hahaha"
"I want to go home"
"Hahaha"
"Mommy, mommy"
The song begins to rage full bore now. Suddenly the lights come back on
and Kimberly Williams is standing at the top of the stage to a loud, mostly
positive, reaction from the fans. The SCW Underground Championship sits over
her shoulder. A sinister smirk is on her face as she ponders what she is about
to do tonight. She winks at the fans before pointing towards the ring and
making a beeline towards it. She slides into the ring underneath the
bottom rope. Kimberly then poses in the center of the ring to another loud
reaction from the fans. The music slowly dies down and Kimberly goes to a
corner to await the start of the match.
Sharper: “Kimberly Williams
hopes to walk out tonight a double champion. She’s proven herself as a focused
competition. She’s pushed Owen, but all to make this match worthy of her title
too.”
Lyman: “Owen Cruze wanted
that. I hope that he’s ready because Kim will be. And if you think that the
pressure of this match will get to Kim – this is Kim’s playground.”
Knots: “Plus, I don’t think
she knows what pressure is. She does what she wants and this match allows just
that!”
The opening rifts to The Black
Adam Theme kick in, as mist fills the entranceway. The music stops, a huge
explosion rocks the entranceway and Owen jumps, seemingly through the floor and
landing on his feet, dropping to one knee and punching the floor. Owen gets to
his feet, and looks left and right at the reaction he is getting, a look of
focus and determination on his face as he takes in the crowd. The SCW World
Championship sits around his waist. With real intensity, he begins the walk
down to the ring, slapping the hand of anyone who offers, a laser show
accompanying him all the way to the bottom of the ramp before he then slides in
and under the bottom rope, before standing in the middle of the ring his arms
outstretched, beams of light focussing now on only him. Owen points to the
turnbuckle and then runs towards it, bouncing on the middle ropes and back
flipping backwards, landing on both feet. Owen pulls on the top rope a couple
of time, applauding the fans as his music fades.
Sharper: “And there is your
World Champion. And now let’s go to Jason Phillips for the introductions.”
The bell sounds as Jim
Phillips steps forward.
Phillips: “Fans, the following
contest is scheduled for onefall with a one hour time limit and is for the SCW
Underground and World Championships!”
The crowd roars as the SCW
Underground Championship logo comes across the screen before we see the SCW
World Championship logo comes across the screen and then both fade to bottom
corners.
Phillips: “Your official for
this match is Aaron Demitra.”
The crowd boos some as Demitra
looks on.
Phillips: “First, in the
corner to my left. She is the SCW Underground Champion.”
Kim smiles and waves at Owen
Cruze.
Phillips: “From Boston,
Massachusetts, she is the Woman Scorned, the Wild Card, Kimberly Williams!”
The crowd roars as Kim throws
her arm in the air and nods before throwing her Underground Championship in the
air, catching it, and handing it off to Demitra.
Phillips: “And to my right…”
The crowd roars.
Phillips: “He is the SCW World
Champion…from Miami, Florida, he is Owen Cruze!”
The crowd cheers as Owen holds
his title over his head. He then brings it down, looking across at Kim. Owen
then hands the title to Demitra. Demitra holds both titles over his head. He
then turns and hands them off. Owen and Kim both get ready as the crowd roars.
Sharper: “Title vs. Title.
Underground Rules. Opportunity to be World Champion and Underground Champion.”
Knots: “Kim wanted the
Underground Title to be seen at the same level as the World Title. Here it is.”
Sharper: “And we should note –
Adam Allocco watching closely as he will face the winner at Retribution,
challenging for the World Title!”
The camera cuts to both
competitors, both champion and challenger alike. The crowd roars a bit more
before Demitra calls for the bell. The bell sounds and Owen Cruze walks out,
hands up, as Kim spins around and laughs before turning and looking at Owen.
She asks him if he’s ready, before Owen nods and the two lock up and Kim then
turns and drops down and goes around to take Owen down by his legs. Owen lands
face first on the mat. Kim then moves forward and moves into a side headlock.
Owen holds on and starts to get up. Kim wrenches a bit as Owen pulls her back
into the ropes and fires her off. Kim bounces off and Owen shoulders her down.
Kim hits the mat and rolls over to the ropes. She then looks up as Owen watches
her. Kim rubs her stomach a bit as she gets up and Owen walks over to her and
grabs her and Kim elbows him in the ribs.
Sharper: “Owen and Kim feeling
each other out here to start.”
Knots: “I’m more surprised
that Kim’s wrestling Owen!”
Sharper: “We know she can
grapple as well as many. She’s just elected to focus on other forms of battle.”
Owen winces and Kim elbows him
again. She then grabs him and goes to whip him across the ring, but Owen spins
through and sends her in. Kim bounces off the ropes. Owen goes for a hip toss.
Kim flips through and lands on her feet. Owen turns and knees Kim and then
recoils, stepping back and wincing a bit. He then turns to Kim as Kim smirks
and shrugs as she pulls up her top a bit, revealing her having wrapped barbed
wire around her stomach. The crowd roars. Owen then turns and swings, but Kim
blocks it and then grabs Owen by the head and tries to force his head into her
stomach and the barbed wire. Owen fights it off and pushes back. Kim hits the
mat and rolls over. Owen then gets up as Kim starts to unfurl the barbed wire.
Owen runs over to her and clubs her in the back.
Sharper: “And that’s what we
expected. Kim wrapping herself in barbed wire!”
Lyman: “Hurting herself to
hurt Owen!”
Sharper: “She’s used to it.”
Knots: “How do you get used to
barbed wire?!”
Owen then looks at her and
clubs her in the back, avoiding the barbed wire. She rolls over. Owen walks
over and stomps her in the chest and then again. Kim rolls to the floor. She
keeps trying to get the barbed wire off of her and Owen steps through the
ropes. He drops down to the floor and heads after her, running over to her, but
Kim turns and then suddenly whips Owen in the stomach with the barbed wire. The
crowd ohs as Owen falls over, holding his stomach in pain and rolls over in
pain. He gets back up before turning and Kim whips him again with it, catching
him in the arm. Owen drops down, grabbing at his arm before rolling over and we
see blood coming from his arm. Kim pulls the barbed wire off before walking
over and wrapping it around Owen’s head and neck and pulling back. The crowd
ohs.
Sharper: “Kim using the barbed
wire now to choke Owen.”
Lyman: “And Owen’s already
bleeding. Kim’s already bleeding. Welcome to the World Underground!”
Owen grabs at the barbed wire,
trying to stop the choking, as Kim pulls back and Owen keeps fighting as Kim
keeps pulling back and Owen then gets his feet under him and pushing her back
and driving her back first into the ringpost. The crowd ohs as Kim hits hard
and falls over. Owen Cruze turns and looks around as he looks at his hands and
then his arm. Kim rolls over, slowly stirring. Owen then turns and walks over
to Kim and drags her up and elbows her in the back of the head. Owen then looks
around before hoisting her up and back suplexing her against the barricade. The
crowd ohs as Kim rolls over in pain.
Sharper: “Cruze, using the
barricade. Kim slammed hard.”
Knots: “Kim may be causing
some cuts and making this unpleasant. Owen’s using what’s not really moving and
only one thing can and that’s Kim’s body!”
Kim turns as Owen crawls over
and hooks the leg.

2!
Kim gets her shoulder up. She
rolls over, shaking her head. Owen gets up and looks around before walking over
to the ring. He then reaches under the ring and looks under before looking at
Kim before grabbing a steel chair. Owen lifts it and turns to Kim as Kim starts
to get up and Owen turns and throws the chair at her. It cracks off Kim’s face
as she drops to a knee. Owen then turns and looks under the ring and grabs a
second chair. He looks at him and throws it at her again. Kim falls to the
other knee. Owen then reaches under and grabs a third chair. This one though,
it’s wrapped in barbed wire. The crowd roars as Owen looks at it and turns.
Knots: “Owen’s gone to the
hardware store!”
Lyman: “And he’s been busy
too. We know Kim has to have some plunder under there for her. But Owen with
that barbed wire wrapped chair.”
Owen then turns and goes to
swing, but Kim manages to kick him in the ribs. Owen drops the chair. Kim gets
up and then jumps up and hits a dropkick. Owen falls back. Kim then turns and
sees the chair. She smiles as Owen rolls over. He starts to get up and Kim then
looks at him before running at him and jumping up and hitting a running front
dropkick. Owen falls back and hard into the steel steps. The crowd ohs as they
barely move and Owen falls to his side. Kim then gets up and walks over to him.
Kim: “Okay, Owey. I know you
can handle it!”
Kim then steps over him and
walks around the ring. She then reaches under the ring, pulling up the ring
skirt. She smiles before pulling out a toolbox with “Kimmy’s fun” scratched
into the side of it. She places it on the apron. Owen stirs.
Sharper: “What in the world is
that?”
Knots: “It’s a toolbox. You
know that.”
Sharper: “It’s personalized.”
Knots: “With the scrawlings of
a lunatic on the side!”
Kim then opens it up and
smiles as Owen starts to get up and Kim then walks over to him and nails him
with a hard right. Owen falls over and rolls over. He starts to get up and Kim
grabs him and rolls him into the ring. Kim then rolls into the ring too and heads
over to him and stomps him in the head. He rolls over. Kim then heads over to
her toolbox before reaching in and pulling out a pizza cutter. The crowd roars.
Kim looks at it and smiles before Owen starts to get up and Kim heads over and
goes to jab it into Owen’s face, but Owen blocks it. Kim keeps trying to jab it
forward, but Owen kicks her in the ribs. He then kicks her again and jumps up
and hits a hurricanrana into a pin.
1!
2!
Kim kicks out. Both get up and
Owen turns grabs her, but Kim still has kept hold of the pizza cutter and turns
and reaches up and runs it across his forehead. The crowd ohs as Owen falls
back, rolling over, holding his face in pain. Kim just smiles and walks over to
him and grabs him, placing him against the ropes. Blood can be seen coming down
his face as Kim then grinds the cutter into his forehead a bit more. Owen yells
in pain.
Sharper: “My God! Kim Williams
is maiming Owen Cruze with a pizza cutter!”
Lyman: “That’s going to leave
a hell of a scar!”
Kim keeps grinding before then
running it across. The crowd ohs as Owen falls back, rolling over in pain.
Demitra heads over and checks on him. Owen rolls over as blood streams down his
face, his face quickly covered in his own blood. He looks up and turns and
falls over again. Kim looks at him and nods.
Kim: “Now you look like a
champion!”
Owen grabs at the ropes,
fighting up to his feet. The crowd looks on, many concerned, the cameras
catching grimaces from fans. Owen steps up and Kim runs across and hits another
running dropkick. Owen falls back into the corner and down to the mat. Kim then
hooks his legs.
1!
2!
Owen pushes her off. He rolls
over, his blood pooling under him. Kim then starts to get up and walks around
the ring. She then goes over her toolbox again. Kim then pulls out a cheese
grater.
Knots: “The hell did she do?
Raid her kitchen?”
Sharper: “You may be right,
Jon.”
Lyman: “Let’s hope she stopped
there.”
Kim then turns and walks over
to Owen. She smiles as Owen starts to get up and Kim walks over to him and
grabs him by the hair. Kim then places the grater on his head, but Owen then
elbows her in the ribs and then again before jumping up and hitting a pump
enziguri. Kim falls back, this time dropping the weapon. Owen then gets up as
he staggers to the ropes. Kim pulls herself up and turns and Owen runs over and
hits a spinning heel kick. The crowd ohs as Owen then sees the cheese grater.
He looks at it and then at Kim before grabbing it. He turns back and pulls Kim
up by the hair before then placing the grater against her forehead and grinding
it in. The crowd roars, while other oh and Owen then runs it across her face.
Kim falls over, rolling over as blood starts to come down her face. Owen then
walks over to Kim as she gets up and Owen then places the grater against her
forehead and then backs up, still holding onto it and then kicking it into her
face. The crowd ohs as Kim falls through the ropes to the apron. Owen steps
back, blood coming down his chest as Kim looks up, blood coming down her face.
Sharper: “Good God. Like a
sick back and forth. Both bloodied.”
Lyman: “And Owen now seeing
what he’s done.”
Sharper: “Kim’s still getting
up.”
Kim starts to get up as Owen
then grabs her by the head and places the cheese grater down on the ring mat.
Owen pulls Kim through, her legs handing on the middle rope. Owen glances to
the grater before dropping her down with a DDT onto it. The crowd ohs. Owen
then rolls her over and hooks the leg.
1!
2!
Kim kicks out and rolls over.
Owen looks up and looks around before then rolling to the floor. He then looks
around the ringside area.
Sharper: “Owen, covered in his
blood, now looking for something else.”
Knots: “Did he bring
anything?”
Sharper: “The chair for one
and that still hasn’t been used.”
Owen then lifts the skirt up
before looking up at Kim before then reaching out and pulling out a barbed wire
board. The crowd roars seeing this. Owen places it down on the mats before
looking up. He looks at it, thinking about it a moment before then reaching
underneath again and pulling out a second one. The crowd cheers again. This
one, he lifts up a bit as he then looks at it before stepping behind it, but
suddenly, Kim runs across the ring, bouncing off the ropes and hitting a
somersault dive over the top rope and into the barbed wire, driving the board
and herself into Owen. The crowd ohs as Kim rolls through, the barbed wire
tearing at her skin and shirt and she rolls through.
Knots: “Jesus Christ!”
Sharper: “Kim doesn’t care!
Kim just hurt herself to take out Owen Cruze!”
Lyman: “Owen couldn’t block it
and took that full on while Kim took the barbed wire in full.”
Kim rolls over and looks over
as Owen is down on the ground, the barbed wire board on top of him, but the
barbed wire up to the ceiling. Kim then turns and staggers up. She grabs the
barbed wire board and pulls it away from him and places it precariously against
the steel steps. She turns and stomps Owen in the face and then again. She then
pulls him up. She glances behind her and sets him up for a snap suplex. Owen
however nails her in the ribs with a shot and then another before then shoving
her back. Kim balances before jumping over. Owen then looks at her as Kim then
looks back, almost daring him. Owen shrugs and then jumps to the ring apron and
dives forward, but Kim sidesteps. Owen lands on his feet and stops at the
barricade. He turns and Kim nails him with Morrigan’s Wrath. The crowd ohs.
Owen falls back into the barricade. Kim pulls him up and then drags him forward
and kicks him in the ribs. She then double underhooks him.
Sharper: “Wait…shades of
Angelica Jones! Shades of The Hot Shot!”
Lyman: “On the barbed wire
board?!”
Kim tries and jumps up, but
Owen lifts her up and back drops her. She lands on her feet and steadies
herself. She goes to turn, but Owen jumps up and grabs her and drives himself
and her into the barbed wire with a Zig Zag. The crowd ohs as both grimace in
the barbed wire.
Lyman: “Owen! Why?”
Sharper: “Owen now hurting
himself to do more damage to Kim!”
Kim and Owen both remain in
the barbed wire for a bit longer before Owen pulls himself over and covers Kim
in the barbed wire.
1!
2!
Kim kicks out and the barbed
wire rips at both of them. Owen rolls out and winces a bit as he rolls to the
mats. Kim rolls to the opposite side. She slowly gets up and Owen crawls over
to the ring. He then reaches under and pulls out a steel chair. Kim stumbles
over to the ring and looks under before stopping and looking confused. She
pulls out a bag before holding it up. Owen sees this as he rolls into the ring.
Kim rolls in too. Kim then looks up and undoes the bag. Kim points to Owen.
Owen nods. Kim then dumps the contents, revealing Legos, hundreds of pieces of
Lego pouring out on the mat.
Sharper: “Owen apparently
brought this…Not tacks, not glass, but Legos!”
Lyman: “Did he get those from
his nephew?”
Knots: “He’s not getting them
back!”
Owen then swings the chair,
but Kim ducks and spins around. Owen turns and Kim goes for another superkick.
Owen moves and then turns and nails Kim in the ribs with the chair. He rears
back and slams it across her back. Kim falls to her hands and knees. Owen then
takes the chair and unfolds it, placing it down. He walks over to Kim and pulls
her up. He clubs her in the back once and then again before going to whip her
into the ropes, but Kim suddenly spins through and sends him in before hoisting
him up and dropping him with a flapjack throat first into the back of the
chair. Kim then rolls through and hooks the leg.
1!
2!
Owen gets his shoulder up. Kim
rolls over and looks around before then turning and grabbing Owen. She then
glances back before snap suplexing him awkward into the back of the chair. Owen
contorts and falls to the mat. Kim sits up.
Sharper: “Good God! A man is
not supposed to land on a chair like that!”
Lyman: “Both are almost
proving to the other they can play their game, but in the Underground. And Owen
may have taken the last shot…”
Sharper: “Kim’s getting up
though.”
Kim turns and goes for the
pin.
1!
2!
Owen kicks out. Kim then looks
down at Owen. She sees the legos and walks over, spreading them around. Owen
rolls over in pain and Kim grabs him again and snap suplexes him into the lego.
The crowd ohs as Owen grimaces in pain. Kim turns and looks at him before then
looking around before dragging Owen into position. Some of the legos drag with
him. Kim then leans on the ropes before exiting to the apron. She then climbs
up to the top rope. The crowd roars as Kim looks around and nods before
smirking. Owen however rolls over, gritting his teeth, fighting through the
pain and loss of blood. He then nails Kim in the ribs. He nails her again and
then climbs up to the middle turnbuckle. Owen grabs Kim and hooks her up. Kim
fights him off a bit, but Owen nails her again and then steps up before hitting
a top rope superplex into the Legos! Both hit hard and both writhe in pain from
the impact.
Sharper: “Good God!”
Knots: “Everyone at home knows
what stepping on a lego feels like. Multiply that by a million!”
Sharper: “Superplex onto the
Legos! Owen and Kim both…God!”
Owen then rolls back as Kim
does too and both try for matching inside cradles.
1!
2!
Both kick out. Both roll over
as Kim reaches up and grabs Owen. Owen grabs her. They both nail each other
with hard right hands. They then keep hold and hammer away on one another,
opening up their wounds some more. After several hard right hands, both fall to
a knee. Owen then gets up as Kim does too. Kim nails Owen. Owen fires back. Kim
then drops down and goes for a sweep kick, but Owen jumps up and steps forward,
driving Kim awkwardly into the legos face first with a variation of the
Redemption. The crowd ohs. Kim pops up, dazed as Owen runs into the ropes and
bounces off and jumps up and hits a second Redemption, this one, driving Kim
into the Legos again.
Sharper: “A second Redemption.
This one he got all of.”
Lyman: “And into the lego!”
Owen drops down and rolls
through, hooking the leg.
1!
2!
3!
Kim’s arm flops up, but too
late as Demitra calls for the bell. The crowd roars as the bell sounds. Owen
rolls to his side. He then rolls out of the Legos.
Phillips: “Here is your
winner, via pinfall, and NEW SCW Underground Champion and STILL SCW World
Champion…Owen Cruze!”
Sharper: “My God! What a
bloodbath.”
Knots: “Everything Kim threw
at Owen, Owen threw back. And then Kim threw something else back!”
Lyman: “A war of attrition and
even at the end, Kim didn’t want to stay down, but Owen hitting the Redemption
in those Legos and the blood, the sweat, the tears…the reign continues, but
Owen gains more gold.”
Sharper: “Just an amazing
effort from both.”
Owen slowly gets up. He winces
as he staggers up. Demitra hands him both titles. Owen looks at the Underground
Championship and then the World Championship. He then steps up and raises both
over his head as the crowd cheers. He looks around as he then winces and slowly
walks to the next set of ropes and does the same. Kim rolls over to the ropes.
Angelica Jones heads over to check on her.
Sharper: “Adam Allocco will
face Owen Cruze for the World Title at Retribution. But you wonder what
Kimberly Williams is thinking. No longer Underground Champion. Losing her most
precious title.”
Lyman: “She fought like hell
to win, to become World Champion. And though defeated, she put that Underground
Championship in the main event. Owen took that desire seriously and she matched
it.”
Kim starts to pull herself up.
She winces, staggering forward. Owen stops and turns. Angelica grabs at the
ropes to pull herself up. Kim then looks at Owen and looks at the Underground
Championship. She then looks at both before looking at Owen and then pointing
at him.
Kim: “Don’t fuck it up.”
Kim then backs up and rolls to
the floor. She steps forward and winces. Angelica walks over to help her. Kim
pulls away. Owen turns and then moves to the crowd, holding the titles up.
Sharper: “Kim with a clear
message. Owen is a double champion! What a night in Nashville. We’ll see you on
Breakdown next week!”

black…
