MAIN SHOW:

We see a shot of a knife being sharpened on a piece of steel.

“They say it’s a dish best served cold…”

We then see a shot of William Heaven standing with the Fall of Man in the ring.

Heaven: “We told you that this could not be stopped. They tried. Damn it, they tried. But this is one of those things that is inevitable. We are united and with a common goal….to get what is deserved for all of us here. We were done waiting. Allow me to remind the world what we were done waiting for…”

We then see a shot of Waylon Creek spearing Xander Valentine before showing James Evans nailing Chris Dumont with the Mark of Ruin in the Tactical Warfare. We then see a shot of David Striker and Chris Dumont being stopped by security.

Heaven: “We can dictate terms. So Dumont and Striker can continue to act like two animals who are no better than what they accuse us of being, or they can stop and think. Because Luz, Amelia, Fall of Man will get their World Tag Team Championship shots at Retribution.”

The crowd roars.

Heaven: “And Dangerous Minds can face the winner after….but only if they do one thing…They can’t touch anyone here unless booked in legitimate standard singles match.”

We see shots of David Striker and Chris Dumont standing across from the Fall of Man before showing a shot of Luz and Amelia Blythe fighting James Evans and Waylon Creek at Fatal Fortunes. Shots of Luz, Amelia, Striker and Dumont standing together play before we cut to see a shot of Xander Valentine standing in the ring. We see shots of Xander hitting the Valhalla has Fallen on Josh Hudson, Gavin Taylor, and Syren, before hearing his voice.

Xander: “You may deserve the opportunity to face me Waylon. The Trios contract may not have even been needed for that. I don’t know who CHBK was going to line up next to face me. Maybe Selena was going to use her shot. I don’t know. I don’t care. I just know one thing…I am World Champion, I am the Executioner…and what you deserve is to be humbled.”

We see a shot of Xander Valentine chokeslamming Waylon Creek before cutting to a shot of William Heaven.

Heaven: “Inevitability…personified!”

We then see a shot of Xander Valentine locking in the Fade to Black on Waylon Creek before Creek reaches up and locks in the Canary. The two try to fight each other off before both collapsing.

We then cut to a shot of Josh Hudson writhing in barbed wire.

Hudson: “If I can’t be a World Champion, I can then squeeze the remaining fifteen minutes of time at the top for Konrad Raab and I can give him a free wrestling lesson. Maybe I can make him learn something…a bit of respect for those of us who are World Champion material! And in the process, then he can retire like he should!”

Hudson looks out and then shakes his head.

Hudson: “Too bad. I could’ve said this to your face. And then just kicked your ass. But of course, not here. Coward…”

We then see a shot of Josh Hudson and Konrad Raab trading moves at Dogfight in Dusseldorf before we see Konrad Raab.

Raab: “I will make your REGRET not staying home, retired, wasting away, like you damn well should have. You will burn in blood at my hands, Josh. And I will love every minute of it!”

We then cut to see Kimberly Williams down on the floor with Syren getting up. Colleen MacDonald running down from the back. She runs over and grabs Syren and then just turns and nails her with a hard right. The crowd ohs and boos as the bell sounds. Colleen then slides the Underground Championship belt that was on her shoulder down. Kim starts to get up and Colleen runs at her and nails her with the Underground Championship.

Sharper “Attacking Syren. Just interjecting herself…wait, listen.”

Colleen leans down to Kim.

Colleen: “Now…you’re pissed off. Train me, Kim… come on! Tell me I shouldn’t hold this!”

We then cut to see Colleen taken out by Glory Braddock’s Shekinah Glory before we see Kimberly Williams in the ring before showing a bed of nails.

Kim: “I’m going to reintroduce you to what you’re REALLY in for at Retribution! Because all bets are off now Colleen! I had the chance to put Syren down and stand over her yet again, and AGAIN making her pay for what she put my family through years ago. See, I don’t forget. And Colleen, you got involved and you wanted me at my most violent…Well, Colleen…ABRACADABRA, the ASS of SCW is going to be kicked by a crazy woman with a BED OF NAILS!”

Colleen pulls herself up and then Kim grabs her, but Colleen elbows her in the jaw once and then again and again before Kim reaches up and rakes her eyes. Colleen turns and Kim then scoops her up for a back suplex only to then throw her forward and drop her ass first into the bed of nails. The crowd ohs as Colleen grimaces in pain. Kim then leans over and pushes down on her shoulders, causing the nails to grind into her more. We then cut to see Colleen ripping up WASLEY and throwing the lead weights out before hearing Colleen again.

Colleen: “Shove the stupid penguin up your ass too. I’ll put you out of your misery at Retribution with my two hands!”

We then see shots of the Straders fighting with Polly Pingotti and the Shinigami Foundation before cutting to shots of Clyde Sutter and Adam Brock fighting, and then a shot of Chris Lawler getting shoved back by Gigi Steward. Shots of them are followed by blows from Xander and Creek fighting in their tag match on February 22 before showing The Fall of Man fighting against The Light in the Darkness to close out Breakdown.

Knots: “Don’t mess with the Fall of Man! Inevitability is coming!”

Sharper: “We’re out of time on Breakdown. Retribution…March 16! Creek and Valentine!”

We then see a shot of Xander Valentine standing tall with the World Title, before showing the Light in the Darkness celebrating with their titles, before we cut to show the Fall of Man standing tall at Dogfight in Dusseldorf as the scene cuts out.

We open up to a shot of the knife being sharpened again before we see sparks fly off before cutting to a wall where ethe knife is driven into it. The camera pans out to reveal the Retribution logo. The camera remains on it for a few moments as “Haunted” by Kane Brown & Jelly Roll launches into its chorus.

The scene switches to the inside of the Alamadome in San Antonio, Texas. The crowd cheers as pyro shoots out from the entrance way and high into the air. After several moments, sparks go off at the ceiling before several moments before spotlights circle the arena. The crowd cheers as the cameras pan across the crowd.

Sharper: “We are deep in the heart of Texas and revenge is in the air! Welcome to Retribution!”

The cameras continue to pan across the crowd for a few moments longer before we cut to ringside.

Sharper: “Hello again everyone. I’m Adam Sharper here alongside Jonathan Knots and folks, huge matches tonight. Five titles on the line.”

Knots: “Five titles on the line and none bigger than the World Title. You smell it Sharper? That’s inevitability. Tonight, Waylon Creek and the Fall of Man take over!”

Sharper: “Along with that, Simon Lyman and Ryan Lyman will meet in an unsanctioned contest. Colleen MacDonald defends her Underground Championship against Kimberly Williams. And we know what the Disconnect Match is. It’s already taken place. We’ll fill you in as we go.”

Adam Brock vs. Ryan LeCavalier

SCW Television Championship

The howl of a wolf echoes throughout the arena, sending chills down everyone’s spines. The howl is followed by the sound of a heavy guitar that’s quickly followed by bass and drums, then the vocals kick in.

“Born from the dark,
In the black cloak of night.
To envelop its prey below,
Deliver to the light.
To eliminate your enemy,
Hit them in their sleep,
And when all is won and lost,
The spoils of wars are yours to keep”

FWOOSH!!! A series of red, gold and silver fireworks go off at the top of the ramp in a shimmering cascade. A roaming spotlight seeks to penetrate the darkness and find something... Or, perhaps, SOMEONE. A momentary silence, then...

POW!

Four blue fireworks go off and engulf the stage in their light. And as they die away, the darkness falls once more. But it’s not complete... The roaming spotlight catches glimpses of movement, but it’s too indistinct.

“Great nations built from the bones of the dead
With mud and straw, blood and sweat,
You know your worth when your enemies
Praise your architecture of aggression”

BAM!

White-hot green fireworks go off now and this time the spotlight DOES catch someone. Standing there amid the ghastly green glow is the one and only “Wolfsbane” Adam Brock! The fans erupt in a cavalcade of screaming and applause that seems to catch him off guard, but only for a second. He grins wickedly and makes his way down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans and pausing to hug a little boy. The little boy squeals in delight and Adam pauses for a moment at the bottom of the ring steps. Then he grins, backs up a little and does a running baseball slide under the bottom rope. Getting to his feet, he scales each turnbuckle in turn and throws his arms out to his sides, the crowd screaming even more each time he does it. After he hops down from the last turnbuckle, he spins around in a circle before turning to settle his gaze on the person closest to him.

Sharper: “Here’s the challenger, Adam Brock, resident aerial threat and thorn in the side of William Heaven.”

Knots: “Yeah, well he’ll have plenty in common with the Television Champion. She permanently exists there and I think she may have a better foothold, too.”

The arena is quiet, with a palpable sense of expectancy in the air as the lights go off. An ethereal blue glow is projected onto the entry ramp by a lone floodlight that breaks through the darkness. The crowd trembles with eagerness as L'Impératrice's "A View to a Kill" pulsates synthesizers burst the stillness.

A silhouette appears out of the darkness, clad in a shimmering silver cloak that seems to both reflect and absorb the light. The coat flutters about her as she moves, giving her enticing peeks of the wrestling gear in silver and black underneath. Her face is hidden behind a mask of steely resolve, framed by the hood.

The moment Ryan LeCavalier, as "The Lost Monarch," removes her hood and shows off her icy-focused eyes, the audience screams. The Television Championship is strapped around her waist.

At the top of the ramp, she stops and looks out over the crowd like a queen assessing her subjects. She steps down into the ring and gracefully makes her way to the turnbuckle, removing her cloak like a snake might remove its skin. With her eyes fixed on her opponent, she slides into her mouthguard, completing her transformation. The arena is bustling with the unsaid promise of a great battle to come, and the air is crackling with suspense. She hands her title to the referee, who raises it in the air.

Sharper: “And our Champion. She’s been dynamic. Electric. And with twenty-three years under her belt, the perfect blend of experience and emotion. This is not her last belt in SCW. Is it a roadster on the way to success?”

Knots: “Wolfsbane is no picnic. I hear they’re a little scrappy in Philadelphia. And the runt of the Brock wolf litter has plenty of fight in him, too.”

Sharper: “When will you ever stop?”

The bell sounds as Brock and Ryan circle one another. Brock leans in to lock, but Ryan teases by sticking her foot out for a kick, forcing Brock to pull out. Brock resets. Ryan smirks as she calls Brock in. Collar and elbow tie attempt avoided by Ryan, who hits Brock with an immediate low sweep that Brock can’t leap over. Brock hits the mat. Immediate chinlock applied by Ryan. Brock fights it by tossing his body weight, but Ryan transitions into a rear naked choke. Brock’s foot finds daylight through the ropes.

He pulls Ryan’s body into a shoulder block, then wrenches again. Ryan grimaces as Brock backs her into the ropes and sends her into the far side. Ryan bounds off the ropes into a standing dropkick from Brock!

Sharper: “What a dropkick! Tough opening exchange. Ryan LeCavalier making use of those long legs and Adam Brock showing he won’t be intimidated!”

Knots: “Maybe he should be. This is the one person in SCW that can find real estate in your brain even if you’re not selling!”

Ryan into the corner. She looks up at Brock and smiles. Then, she grabs the ropes and propels herself to her feet. Brock approaches but Ryan unleashes a simple kick to Brock’s side. Brock reels off. Ryan into a striking stance. Stiff front kick to the stomach of Brock that staggers him. Ryan comes in from behind with an inverted atomic drop, then bounds off the ropes and comes back with an athletic leg lariat that drops Brock! Cover by Ryan!

Sharper: “Ryan LeCavalier is not offering Adam Brock any space to breathe and really get going.”

Knots: “That’s what two decades in professional fights get you. LeCavalier is the self-proclaimed black widow. So far she’s making good on her threat to devour Adam Brock!”

Brock groans as the referee breaks the choke. Ryan backs off, then comes back in, not allowing space for more. But Brock answers by driving up into Ryan’s ribs and taking her down hard! The crowd roars as Brock transitions into a Kata Gatame choke! The crowd roars as Ryan’s legs flail looking for relief! Finally, Ryan is able to shift her weight and slide close enough to the ropes to find the bottom rope.

A split second after Ryan hits the buckle, Brock is airborne and clatters into her with a jumping calf kick variation that makes contact as Ryan hits the mat! Brock immediately steps in between the second and third ropes.

Sharper: “Ryan LeCavalier is in the drop zone!”

Knots: “The self-proclaimed Black Widow is about to be squished!”

Ryan looks up and sees this, then rolls out of the way as Brock stands up. The crowd boos a bit as Brock now steps down off the top rope. Ryan into the corner now as Brock hurriedly steps in. Ryan sees Brock approaching and throws her elbows up into his gut, staggering him. Leaping thrust kick now by Ryan to Brock’s jaw that drops him to his back. Sharper: “Brock having to abandon his high risk attempt and the veteran LeCavalier showing her experience reigns supreme.”

Knots: “I thought she about kicked Brock’s head off! We should be so lucky.”

Ryan smirks as Brock kicks out. She leans down to grab him, throwing a hard knee into Brock’s gut, grabbing the arm, then throwing another sharp knee. Then, she slings him into the far corner. Reversal by Brock! Ryan into the corner! Ryan propels herself backwards over the incoming Brock, then hits the far ropes. Brock sees this and runs behind, hitting the far ropes as well. Ryan turns around to Brock completing a handspring off the ropes and flying out with a hard back elbow! Ryan hits the mat, then sits up. Sharper: “Business has picked up. A series of high impact moves and now this Television Championship bout has been opened up.”

Th—No! Kickout by Brock!

Sharper: “The Lost Monarch is staying on top of Adam Brock, not allowing him a single moment to breath right now. Those strikes are as vicious as anybody in the game, and Adam Brock is feeling it right now.”

Knots: “She nearly had that arm-trap crossface, and when that didn’t yield results, she transitioned into those strikes! This LeCavalier has the goods.”

Sharper: “But so does Adam Brock. He’s not giving her a run for her money and hanging in there, he’s showing he’s an even odds horse in this race. Proving he’s her equal.”

Ryan back on top with a hard elbow down on Brock’s skull. She lifts him up and tatters the midsection now with a flurry of knees. Headlock applied by Ryan into a drop toe hold. She floats over and reaches for the arm after Brock hits the mat. He doesn’t let her take it. The crowd roars as Brock battles to his feet. Ref: 1!

2!

Th—Kickout by Brock!

Sharper: “Ryan trying to catch him again in BODY/PRISON, but Brock didn’t bite. Now it looks as if Ryan is noting that the arm is too strong and she’s going to make sure that’s not the case moving forward.”

Knots: “She’s gonna shred that arm like a piece of linguini, Sharper! I love it!”

Ryan smirks again as she stands up, going right back to work. She grabs the arm and brings him to his feet, launching a high kick into the arm, then the ribs. She wrenches it again. Brock groans out as he sharply steps to the side and bounds off the second rope. Arm drag frees him of the hold as Ryan tumbles across the ring. Ryan lands on her feet and comes back running it, but it’s Brock now with a corkscrew plancha off the top rope into Ryan! The crowd roars as Brock rolls off Ryan. Ryan down on the mat. Brock propels himself to the top rope, then leaps off, connecting with a Swanton Bomb! He rolls off, holding his arm, then sees his opportunity and makes the cover!

Thr—Shoulder up by Ryan! The crowd oh’s as they thought Brock had it. Brock slumps down on the mat, acknowledging the two count with a nod.

Sharper: “Adam Brock with an athletic maneuver through the air! Back and forth we go! It’s anybody’s ballgame!”

Brock up to his feet now and sets off into the corner, resting against the buckle, clutching his right arm. Brock waits for Ryan to stagger to her feet and connects with a running dropkick that sends Ryan into the corner. Brock sits her up on the top buckle. He begins to climb the ropes, looking for a front facelock for a superplex. Ryan suddenly drops down to the apron and rings Brock’s arm over the top rope, applying pressure through his wrist! The crowd oh’s as the camera zooms in on the torque she has on the hand.

The referee breaks the hold. Brock staggers off, then when he turns around it’s Ryan with a sharp step-up kick to the head over the top rope. Brock hits the mat. Ryan back into the ring now and goes to work, ringing the arm, but before she can get too far in, Brock sits out with a hard sit-out jawbreaker that buys him some time!

Sharper: “LeCavalier snuck out of that superplex attempt and then continued to go after that arm!”

Knots: “But Brock pulling another one out of his hat at the eleventh hour when she went back to work on it. Using his head for a change!”

Sharper: “Both competitors down! Who wants to go home with the gold more?”

Brock shakes off the effects of his jawbreaker and climbs to the second rope. Jumping knee drop attempt evaded by LeCavalier who rolls out of the way. Brock rolls immediately to his feet. He charges Ryan, who attempts a short arm clothesline. Ducked by Brock! Brock attempts a schoolboy roll-up but Ryan rolls all the way through. Kick to the mouth by Ryan! She brings Brock to his feet and sizes him up for the jumping heel kick! Ducked by Brock! As Ryan turns around, Brock reaches underneath and grabs her in a Full Nelson, then elevates and slams her into the canvas!

Sharper: “Silent Screams!”

Knots: “Ryan hit the mat hard! But Brock can’t make the cover, Sharper! That kick from Ryan nearly turned his lights out!”

Sharper: “Desperation move by Adam Brock is nevertheless effect— hey, what the hell is Clyde Sutter doing out here? And Melinda Braddock!”

Sutter walks out onto the ramp to some boos. The ref begins to count as Sutter’s cold eyes fix on the ring. Melinda stands behind him, dropping her hand over his chest.

Knots: “Maybe the Assassin is just coming to exchange pleasantries!”

Sharper: “Or maybe he’s coming out here just to be Clyde Sutter. And that can’t be good for anyone or the health of this contest.”

Ref: 1!

2!

Sutter pauses as Adam Brock crawls over to the second rope. Ryan slowly recovers in the middle of the ring, rolling over to her side. Sutter smiles like he smells blood at the bottom of the ramp.

Ryan to a knee. Brock notices Sutter and scowls, keeping an eye on him. Ryan notices, too, but doesn’t seem as put off.

5!

6!

Brock is to his feet, staring down Sutter. Melinda Braddock is on the other side of the ring now, up on the apron! She begins yelling at the referee as Clyde Sutter hurries into the ring, drilling Adam with a right hand! He drags him to his feet and attempts another, but Adam blocks and jabs Sutter in the mouth. Clyde with another attempt to punch, but it’s blocked and followed with another jab, then another! Sutter drops to the mat. Roundhouse kick to the face! Sutter rolls out. Braddock hops off the apron. When Brock turns around, Ryan catches the arm and drags him to the mat with the arm trap crossface!

Sharper: “DAMNIT! Clyde Sutter stuck his nose into this contest and now Adam Brock is trapped in the middle of the ring with nowhere to go!”

Knots: “This was Clyde’s title in his own mind! And now we’re seeing a great example of how hurt people, hurt people! And Sutter likes to hurt people at baseline!”

Brock brings his hands to the clasped grip of LeCavalier and tries to break the bond. LeCavalier leans back and depends the pressure. Brock’s neck goes up and he has no choice but to tap out.

Sharper: “DAMNIT!”

The crowd boos Sutter as Ryan breaks the hold, having her hand raised by the referee. Sutter holds his jaw, but smirks on the outside as Melinda comforts him.

Phillips: “Your winner, and STILL SCW TELEVISION CHAMPION…RYAN! LECAVALIER!”

Ryan is handed the title and raises it in the air. She drapes it over her shoulder as she smirks. Brock looks up, wincing, as the camera focuses on Sutter walking up the ramp.

Sharper: “He ruined a perfectly good championship bout! He screwed Adam Brock!”

Knots: “In SCW. Assassins are an occupational hazard. Adam Brock wasn’t minding his surroundings. Simple as that.”

Brock is up to a knee, staring at Ryan. Then, he rises to his feet, conflicted. He shoots her a glaring look, shakes his head, then sticks his hand out clearly with some reluctance.

Sharper: “Adam Brock said he’d shake her hand and even though he doesn’t want to, he keeps his word.”

Knots: “What a swell fella.”

Ryan looks at his hand and meets his reluctance with more reluctance. They share a few words as the camera catches Sutter laughing on the ramp.

Backstage, we open up to see Syren near her tour bus, talking to a crew member when Lexy Chapel heads over to her.

Lexy: “Syren…look…look-“

Syren: “Lexy, you don’t need to do anything. Ravyn has-“

Lexy: “You sure? I can see about making it a title match. Maybe contendership. I can anger someone. What if I go up and push that Colleen girl in the mouth. She looks like she’s ready for more fights.”

Syren: “Or we go out there and I have hopefully some fun.”

Lexy: “But your speech. You were going to win everything and-“

Syren: “And I’m only going to do that two ways – I earn it and I make sure I want it. I’ve always wanted it because it was tied to who I was.”

Lexy: “Well, yeah, you’re Syren.”

Syren sighs.

Syren: “Just don’t mess with this. Let me go out there. Three hungry people. If I can’t beat them, I need to figure things out. Simple as that.”

Syren turns and returns into the tour bus.

Lexy: “Or you could just take over….we’re out of the ten wins thing. Ugh!”

Lexy storms onto the bus after her.

Chris Lawler vs. Gigi Steward

“That's My Girl” plays throughout the arena as the stage and video screen goes dark. Gigi’s video plays on the screen and she steps out on to the stage wearing a black leather with tiny metal spikes on it and also a bandana covering her face. She walks up to the center of the stage and stretches her arms out embracing the fans support for her.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall and has a fifteen minute time limit. First, on her way to the ring, from Los Angeles, California, she is the Princess of Wrestling, Gigi Steward!”

She begins is march to the walk to the ring walking with a purpose. She gets to ringside and rushes into the ring rolling inside. She marches to the corner and hops on the middle ropes and throws out her own hand sign to the fans. She then rips off the bandana and tosses it into the crowd. Gigi hops off the ropes and takes off her jacket setting it aside for ring crew to pick up and she gets ready for her match.

Sharper: “Gigi Steward about to face Chris Lawler and this started as a simple challenge and we’ve seen the insecurities of Chris Lawler come to the fore.”

Knots: “Yeah, Lawler came out and attacked SMP, stopping Gigi’s match against him, thinking it was some message. It was just coincidence. Lawler has been on a hair trigger as of later. The pressure is getting to him.”

Sharper: “While Gigi looking to reset and start her rise back to title contention.”

The dimmed lights cast an atmosphere of anticipation as the arena falls into darkness, the only illumination coming from the pulsating strobe lights. The crowd's murmurs fade into a hush as the opening chords of "Warrior" by Imagine Dragons reverberate through the speakers, electrifying the air with anticipation. From the depths of the darkness, a figure emerges, his silhouette outlined against the backdrop of flashing lights. With each step, the floor trembles beneath his feet, echoing the determination that propels him forward. It's Chris Lawler, a titan among men, his presence commanding attention as he strides purposefully down the entrance ramp.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Nashville, Tennessee, he is Chris Lawler!”

His eyes, a piercing shade of blue, remain fixed on the ring ahead, unwavering in their focus as if they could pierce through the very fabric of reality. Ignoring the cacophony of cheers and jeers that surround him, Lawler remains resolute in his mission, his gaze locked on the squared circle where his destiny awaits.

As Lawler reaches the foot of the ring, the strobe lights reach a crescendo, bathing him in a pulsating glow of light and shadow. With a subtle nod to the crowd, Lawler ascends the steel steps, each footfall a testament to his unwavering determination. Finally, he steps between the ropes. Standing tall in the center of the ring, Lawler raises his gaze to the heavens, a silent vow etched upon his features. Tonight, he will leave everything in the ring, his spirit unbroken, his resolve unyielding, as he prepares to face whatever challenges come his way.

Sharper: “Lawler right now his usual self-“

Knots: “Just wait if something goes wrong. Remember, he lost to Wil Pierce in Dusseldorff and Lawler lost it.”

The bell sounds. Lawler looks at Gigi. The two circle and Lawler lunges at Gigi, but Gigi ducks under and runs into the ropes. Lawler turns and Gigi jumps up and grabs his arm and hits a spinning arm drag. Lawler hits the mat and gets up and turns to Gigi who forearms him in the jaw. She follows with a side headlock. Lawler pulls her back into the ropes and fires her off. Giig bounces off and slides under a clothesline. Lawler stops and turns and Gigi jumps up and hits a dropkick. She goes for the pin.

Lawler kicks out and moves to the corner. Gigi follows up and chops him. The crowd woos. She chops him again. More woos. Lawler then piefaces her, knocking her back. The crowd boos a bit and Gigi turns and runs at Lawler and Lawler sidesteps, sending Gigi in. He then follows up with a back elbow to the jaw.

Sharper: “Hard back elbow. Lawler stopping Gigi with that. Gigi using her agility so well there.”

Knots: “And Lawler just needed a stop early.”

Lawler then hits a second back elbow before whipping her across the ring. Lawler runs after and Gigi gets a boot up, but Lawler catches it. He then pushes the leg down and just nails Gigi with a hard right to the ribs and then another and another.

Knots: “Oh yeah, he’s already there. He’s been there for weeks. Doesn’t take much when you don’t think much is going your way. I remember when I was going through my divorce, I destroyed a whole drawer of panties in a fit of rage after one meeting.”

Sharper: “I don’t think that was because of that.”

Knots: “That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. If I was thinking, I could’ve made millions on Ebay!”

Gigi holds onto Lawler. Lawler holds on and pulls her to the ropes and fires her off. Gigi bounces off and Lawler goes for a back drop. Gigi spins through lands behind him. The bell sounds. Lawler rolls back. He then pumps his fist and smacks the mat before getting up.

Sharper: “And Lawler is thrilled. Big win for him here.”

Phillips: “And here is your winner, via pinfall, Chris Lawler!”

Lawler throws his arm in the air before then leaning on the top rope. He then turns and walks over to the official who raises his arm officially.

Knots: “Acting like he won the title!”

Sharper: “Well it’s been a tough couple of weeks for him, but then again, it’s one win. But a win is a win and you have to start somewhere!”

Lawler continues to savour his win. Retribution cuts backstage.

Backstage, Jaina Lancaster is with Selena Frost. The crowd boos seeing her.

Jaina: “Jaina Lancaster here and I’m with Selena Frost and you’ve had an emotional ride for 2025 so far. The brutal beatdown of Blake Mason. And now, many still are going after Deanna, even insinuating her career should be done and this seems to be getting to you. Are we seeing something distracting you or-“

Selena just looks at Jaina.

Selena: “Or maybe I’m just done listening to bullshit. I have listened to it my entire career. For Blake, when he brought my daughter into it, that is what set me off. Deanna can handle herself and she’ll be back. But that’s her fight. This…this is just me doing something I want to do. Just beating the hell out of Kirsten Scott so her smarmy mouth gets shut for a bit while I bide my time-“

Jaina: “For your title shot? A number of people are wondering if you’ll ever cash it in. It’s been more something you’ve mentioned, but Josh and Xander…they seem to be safe. And both have threatened you in the past as a champion and-“

Selena: “Maybe I have something else in mind. Something else that is bigger than your pettiness. While we’re in the Wild West as Josh called it…didn’t work well for him. And now we have the Fall of Man threatening it. SCW can call me when they need things reset as they know what they get. And they can do it on their dime, with their prerogative. But I have other goals.”

Jaina: “So you don’t just care about being World Champion-“

Selena: “Maybe I care about it. Maybe I’m just done being on other people’s time for once.”

Jaina: “But otherwise it feels like you’re drifting-“

Selena: “Maybe I’m choosing to do something else. Maybe I-“

Jaina: “Just answer this question then. If Waylon Creek or Xander Valentine wins, do you think you could beat either?”

Selena looks right at Jaina.

Jaina: “Not even a question. I have beaten Xander. And Creek hasn’t been in the ring of anyone of my level. Believe it…or not…”

Selena turns and storms off as Jaina watches her go. The scene cuts back to the ring.

Taking centre ring, Cara poses ala HBK with Veronica standing behind her, fists in the air as all four ring posts have fire blow out like a flamethrower into the air. The sisters double fist bump, taking their corner.~

Sharper: “The Cowgirls From Hell as a chaotic force here in SCW will be hoping their chaos matches the fighting spirit of the Shinigami.”

Knots: “Do not let their good looks deceive you. They’d survive nuclear winter without hats, scarves, and mittens.”

THE CONNECTION

The words remain on the screen as the crowd roars. In the ring, the Straders, now back up, look at the big screens as do the Shinigami Foundation. Suddenly “Trenches” by Pop Evil plays. The crowd roars as we see Tommy Valentine and Kandis walk out from the back. The two look out at the crowd in the Alamodome as they cheer for the former four time World Tag Team Champions.

Sharper: “It’s Tommy! It’s Kandis! The Connection is back in SCW!”

Knots: “Guess the suspension is over. Guess Kandis has moved on! And guess that the tag division better look out!”

The crowd cheers as they start to walk to the ring. Kandis and Tommy focus on the four people in the ring. Kandis can be seen looking and pointing at the four competitors. Tommy looks at her and then motions to her as the camera follows as Kandis then moves over to the steel steps. She then walks up them as Tommy enjoys the view. Kandis then walks along the apron and Tommy runs up and then along the other side. He then enters the ring. Kandis enters too as Dante Slayton and Wil Pierce look at one another. Cara and Veronica do as well and Kandis and Tommy just step up and look at Cara and Veronica.

Kandis: “This is how you start a fight!”

Tommy then runs and blasts Slayton with a hard right. Kandis then runs over and kicks Veronica in the ribs. She then grabs her and spins her out of the ring. Tommy chops Wil Pierce before Alex Belmont runs in and runs at him and Tommy sidesteps and throws him out of the ring. Kandis turns as Cara nails her with a couple of forearms, but Kandis takes them before kneeing her in the ribs and then spinning her out and into Slayton.

Sharper: “Kandis and Tommy! They’re starting a real bar fight here!”

Knots: “And well they’ve got the advantage…not like it matters.”

Sharper: “It was their tag division for years. And they’re back to take it!”

Pierce turns and kicks Tommy in the ribs. He runs into the ropes and bounces off, but Tommy revives and steps up and hoists him up as Kandis runs over and they hit the Welcome Distraction! The crowd erupts as Pierce rolls over and out of the ring. Cara starts to get up and turns around and Tommy kicks her in the ribs. Dante rolls out of the ring. Tommy hoists Cara up and Kandis moves to the ropes before stepping up and then diving off as they hit the No Strings Attached. The crowd erupts as Kandis rolls through and then gets up and looks around. Veronica grabs at the ropes looking in as Tommy looks at her. Dante walks around and barks orders at Belmont. The crowd looks on as a “Tommy!” chant and a “Kandis!” chant break out, turning into cacophony.

Sharper: “Tommy Valentine and Kandis dropping one member of both teams!”

Knots: “Make the impact. Now…they can have them lining up!”

Sharper: “The Connection back in SCW. Back in Texas. Back at Retribution!”

The crowd continues to cheer as “Trenches” plays again. Tommy plays to the crowd while Kandis just blows a kiss at Veronica. Cara rolls to the apron and Veronica heads over to her. She just nods and yells back.

Veronica: “Oh…if you want a fight!”

Kandis motions to her to bring it as Belmont pulls Pierce out. Slayton looks in the ring as the scene slowly fades out.

We open up in an old time Western town. We then see Xander Valentine step out of a saloon. He looks around before we then see James Evans, Scott Reed, Kirsten Scott, Kandis, and David Striker all walking into the middle of the town. A tumbleweed blows by. We then cut to close up shots of each of the people, showing their eyes, some grabbing at the sidearms at their waistbands. Just then, YUYO shows up in full attire and with her staff. It starts to glow.

YUYO: “YUYO is here!”

Striker: “Ah…screw it…”

Striker then suddenly pulls out a shotgun. From where, we don’t know. He then starts to fire. We then hear cackling as we see Derek Adonis running through the area.

Adonis: “KABLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM!”

We hear gunshots and smoke comes from the guns as people run for cover. We see Konrad Raab diving over a railing, before showing a shot of Leroy Adams calmly sipping a beer. The scene goes opaque and the Rise to Greatness XXII logo comes up on the screen.

“Rise to Greatness XXII

Houston, Texas

NRG Stadium

July 27, 2025”

We then cut back to see CHBK, Hiro Tanaka, Lucas Knight, and Dillusion, all wearing sheriffs badges. They all just sigh.

CHBK: “We were gone one minute!”

The scene cuts away.

Syren vs. Gavin Taylor vs. Diamond Steele vs. Kemal Yilmaz

The lights around the arena begin to flicker as "Whoa Is Me" by Down With Webster starts to play over the arena.

Whoa is me
I'm so whoa
See me decked out from my head to my toe
Whoa is me
I'm so whoa
Everywhere I go I'm a one man show

And the song continues...

The crowd boos as "All Star" Gavin Taylor steps out from behind the curtain onto the top of the ramp. As he stands in place, posing with his arms outstretched, the chorus of the song plays.

Say whoa (whoa)
The more I feel it whoa (whoa)
The more I need it whoa (whoa)
You say whoa
Whoa is me
I'm so whoa

Gavin begins to walk down the ramp with swagger. He smirks as he gets to the ring. Pulling himself to the apron, he hangs out off the ring while holding onto the top rope.

The song continues...

I cheated to get what I got
Stepped all over you self for my spot
I bet you I'm winning, I bet that you're not
I bet you don't see me, I bet you get caught

Gavin pulls himself through the ropes and steps onto the second ropes on the opposite side of the ring from the ramp. He opens his jersey, sliding it off his shoulders as he stretches his arms out.

Turning around, he bounces back off the ropes as he watches for his opponent.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is a fatal four way! Introducing first, hailing from Los Angeles, California, he is the “All-Star”! Gavin! Taylor!”

“Wasteland” by Pentagram, aka Mezarkabul, plays over the sound system as Kemal, wearing the black and red venom mask comes through the curtain, holding up his Turkey flag, wearing Turkey flame flag shorts with The European Fiery Nation logo attached to his shorts, wearing MMA gloves and wrestling boots with Ginny Raab behind him. He gets many boos as he walks to the ring, ignoring the fans.

Phillips: “From Istanbul, Turkey, accompanied by Ginny Raab, he is Kemal Yilmaz!”

He jumps up to the ring and gets underneath the ropes before holding them open for Ginny to get in, and he raises his fist in the air, looking at the crowd with Ginny applauding Kemal before he puts himself in a corner. He holds the ropes open again for Ginny to leave the ring before turning to the opposite end of the corner of looking at his opponent, waiting for the match to begin.

“Diamond and the Gem Stones” begins to blare all across the sound system and as it does we are able to see the likes of the Gem Stones playing on a Tron. Ruby, Emerald, and Sapphire are all playing various instruments as we are able to see Diamond Steele along with her husband Teddy Steele emerging from the curtain. She has a microphone in her hands sings as loudly as she can to the sound of roaring cheers. Kate smirks as she just sings loudly which results in even more cheers. Diamond finally makes it to the ring, and she quickly runs up the ring steps as she grabs the turnbuckle as hard as she can. She immediately leap frogs over the ropes and bounces about before she points at the crowd who cheers louder than before. She waves at them off as she throws the microphone to the side. She smirks as she opens up a pocket mirror and takes a moment to admire how beautiful her hair is as she waits for the match to begin. Teddy begins to clap excitedly for his wife as he tries to get the crowd involved.

Phillips: “Hailing from London, England…she is…Diamond! Steele!”

The lights in the arena plunge into darkness. A pulsing sound akin to a heartbeat plays out across the PA system as the fans cheer. The heartbeat gets faster before “Groupie” by Cassie Steele hits the PA system. After a few moments Syren comes through the curtain, accompanied by Lexy Chapel. Syren pauses on the stage, looking out at the fans cheering, as Lexy waves her arms, trying to get them to cheer even louder for her client.

Sinfully Seductive
Captivatingly Corrupt
DARK FANTASY

Syren walks down the ramp. She jumps up onto the apron before climbing the turnbuckles on the outside and waving her hands to get the fans fired up. As the camera gets closer to her, she shouts at the camera before pointing out at the fans. The camera switches to Lexy who yells about her client and the ‘Lexy Nation’ appreciating them.

Phillips: “Introducing, being accompanied by Lexy Chapel and representing LexyCorp International, hailing from Los Angeles, California, weighing one hundred and twenty-nine pounds, she is a seven-time SCW World Champion, she is an SCW Hall of Famer, this is SYREN!”

Syren smiles before leaping over the top rope, dropping to her knees in the ring, posing with both her arms outstretched, palms facing up, Lexy rolls into the ring and stands over her, pointing down at her client. She offers both her hands to Syren, pulling her up. She climbs up on the middle rope, posing for a moment and then jumping back down and standing in her corner with Lexy, as her music fades out.

Cameras show all four competitors in their respective corners as the ref then calls for the bell. Each competitor looks at one another before slowly stepping out from their corners, inching towards the center of the ring.

Sharper: “Syren, Kemal, Taylor, Steele. Four different styles. Four different personalities. All want to stand out from the pack.”

Knots: “Steele picked up a win a recent edition of Breakdown. Syren is looking to return to her winning ways, and to fulfill her title hopes. Gavin entered SCW with a bang, and faltered. He returned a few years ago, almost winning Taking Hold of the Flame. Lots of hit and miss for Gavin. Kemal is just getting started. A win here tonight could change a lot for either competitor.”

Sharper: “Let’s not forget that Rayvn wants to ensure Syren is truly ready for those title pursuits she’s after.”

Knots: “Maybe tonight will give some indication.”

Gavin, Kemal, and Steele look at one another then at Syren before they all begin ganging up on her. Gavin connects with a stomp. Steele clubs Syren in the back with a forearm, then Kemal hooks Syren and takes her down with a belly to belly suplex.

Kemal gets to his feet before proceeding to stomp away on Syren, with Steele. Gavin stands back for a few moments before grabbing Steele and getting her with a thumb to the eye. Steele grabs at her eye before hooking Steele and dropping her with a DDT.

Kemal is still stomping Syren when Gavin gets up, grabs Kemal and spins him around before throwing him with his own belly to belly suplex. Gavin then scrambles over and covers Syren for a pin attempt.

Sharper: “Gavin trying to get a quick cover.”

Syren kicks out!

Lexy: “SUPER KICK!”

Gavin gets to his feet and pulls Syren up, only for Steele to run over, club him in the back of the head. Steele leaps up, going for a reverse hurricanrana, but Gavin manages to block it, only for Syren to step back. Syren lunges forward, hitting a super kick.

Lexy: “SUPER! KICK!”

Syren steps back again before lunging ahead, hitting a second super kick, allowing Steele to complete the reverse hurricanrana.

Lexy: “SUPER! KICK!”

Knots: “Jesus, Lexy. We get it!”

Steele manages to go for the cover.

2!

Syren breaks it up, hitting a quick kick to the side of the head.

Lexy: “SSssss…iiidddeee…KICK!”

Kemal runs over and begins clubbing Syren in the back, before hooking her, taking her down with a belly to back suplex. Kemal gets to his feet as does Gavin. Kemal grabs him and takes Gavin down with a Northern Lights suplex.

Sharper: “Kemal just tossing everyone around like rag dolls.”

Steele is shown getting to her feet as Kemal turns around. Steele catches him with a spinning heel kick. Steele connects with two forearms to the face before hitting a knee to the face. Kemal stands up and staggers back as Steele drives forward, grabbing him by the head and driving him down to the mat with a Diamond Cutter. Diamond goes for the cover.

1!

Sharper: “Steele with the Diamond Cutter. Is it enough to put Kemal down and win the match?”

Syren is shown using the turnbuckle to pull herself up. Gavin is shown getting to his feet, as well.

2!

Gavin breaks it up! Gavin grabs Steele, pulling her to her feet. He hits a left knee to the body, then a right knee to the body, before a twisting neckbreaker. Gavin gets back to his feet as Kemal is getting to his. Kemal turns just as Gavin bounces off the ropes, taking Kemal down with a lariat!

Knots: “Gavin with the Gavin Taylor Lariat!”

Sharper: “Oh! Syren!”

Syren is shown, leaping off the second rope as Gavin jogs around the ring, celebrating. Syren connects with a kick to the jaw, leveling Gavin to the mat. Lexi can be shown celebrating on the outside, where Gavin rolls to.

Lexy: “SUPER! KICK!”

Lexy can be seen making a karate chop motion, in front of Gavin, while he tries to regain his composure.

Steele is shown getting to her feet, using the ropes. She turns and Syren connects with a superkick. Lexy can be heard howling with joy on the outside. Kemal is getting up and turns, only to eat a superkick by Syren. Gavin is shown rolling into the ring, gets up, and Syren connects with a superkick.

Sharper: “Syren is teeing off with a buffet of superkicks.”

Knots: “I think you mean, Superkick Soiree, my friend. Superkick Soiree.”

Sharper: “I stand corrected, folks.”

Steele gets back up and Syren lands another superkick. Gavin gets up as Syren turns, and she hits him with another superkick.

Lexy: “SUPER…KICK…SOIREE!!!”

Kemal gets up and Syren has him scouted. Kemal turns and Syren goes for another kick, but Kemal catches it, pulling her into an ankle lock.

Kemal: “I’m tired of you kicking people, goddamn!”

Kemal drops down to the mat, adding a leg lace to the hold.

Lexy: “How dare you! You ruined a perfectly good soiree!”

Sharper: “Kemal has that ankle locked in tight. Here comes Diamond Steele!”

The ref checks on Syren, who shakes her head no, but her hand is dangling above the mat, shaking before Steele slides in, hooking Syren in another submission.

Sharper: “Steele with a crossface!”

Knots: “Someone stop this madness! Do you know what you’re doing to Lexy?!?”

The ref checks on Syren while Kemal and Steele wrench back on their respective holds. Syren continues saying no, despite her appearance resembling that of true agony.

Sharper: “Syren showing all heart. Rayvn may not think she’s ready, but there’s fight in the seven-time World Champion yet.”

Kemal and Steele pull back and then they’re shown glancing at one another, then at Syren and back one another.

Sharper: “Wait? What’s this? I think they’re realizing something here.”

Kemal and Steele sigh and nod their heads, before slowly releasing their holds. They are shown slowly backing away from Syren, keeping their eyes on one another as they get to their feet.

Knots: “They realized only one of them could be the winner.”

Kemal and Steele nod once more before they begin to exchange punches, before Steele dives onto Kemal, taking him and herself over the top rope, to the outside, where they continue to brawl. Back in the ring, Gavin is shown sliding in under the bottom rope, while Syren is slowly stirring. Syren gets to her feet and Gavin rolls her up from behind.

Sharper: “Gavin going to steal this one?”

1!

2!

Syren kicks out!

Syren rolls through and Gavin charges over. Syren gets to her feet and connects with a superkick. Gavin spins around and Syren hits a superkick, this time to the back of the head. Gavin spins back around and Syren grabs him before hitting a sit-out facebuster. Syren hooks the leg.

Sharper: “Total Makeover! That’s it!”

1!

2!

3!

The crowd explodes as “Groupie” hits the speakers. Syren sits up as the ref holds her in victory. Lexy joins her in the ring as Syren gets to her feet.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, by pin fall, she is…SYREN!!!”

Cameras show Syren and Lexy celebrating in the ring, while Gavin is shown barely stirring. Kemal and Steele are now separated on the outside, both trying to catch their breath. Another shot of Syren, as she climbs to the top rope, as the crowd continues to cheer for her, before we cut away.

The scene opens backstage as we see Kristen Scott walking down one of the hallways with Jake Starr. They head over to the office of CHBK where the camera whips around them to see CHBK talking to Lucas Knight. Knight walks off as CHBK turns to Jake and Kristen.

CHBK: “Kristen…Jake….”

Jake: “Hi asshole!”

Kirsten: “He said it.”

CHBK: “What are you here for?’

Kristen: “More a polite reminder…The Enigma…he’s not here. He’s been gone. And while I know you’re hoping that Selena Frost stepping in to save you from having to give me what I owe…after I beat our Adrenaline Champion…who cares if you cleared it or not…I beat him. Title on the line. And I didn’t get disqualified on purpose. I want what I’m owed. I want a thank you.”

Starr: “You know, Selena stepping up like she did, suggests something else is still going on.”

CHBK: “You know damn well that’s not happening-“

Kristen: “Whatever…just we expect what I am owed. On top of the World Title shot I will hold. Believe it!”

Kirsten turns and heads off as Starr smirks and follows Kirsten Scott and the scene cuts away.

Billy Heaven Jr. vs. Chris Dumont

Taped Fist Match

Suddenly the lights in the arena fade down to a low red as the crowds slowly start to cheer but when the chanting starts up, the crowds starts to buzz.

Another mission, the powers have called me away
Another time to carry the colors again
My motivation, an oath I've sworn to defend
To win the honor of coming back home again
No explanation will matter after we begin
Unlock the dark destroyer that's buried within
My true vocation, and now my unfortunate friend
You will discover a war you're unable to win

Sharper: “Folks, as you can tell, that's not the usual theme that Chris Dumont enters with. That should tell you how personal this fight is for him.”

Knots: “This Chris Dumont is a vicious striker. This match plays right into his skillset. I’m a little afraid for Billy Heaven.”

As Disturbed’s "Indestructible" continues to play, Chris Dumont steps out onto the entrance way dressed in his wrestling gear with Eric Gibson but Chris stops in the middle of the entrance way and slowly looks to the left as the crowds really then roars as Reno Dumont comes out also onto the entrance way in his own wrestling gear and looking ready for a fight as the three men then start heading for the ring as the lights explode back to full.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is a taped fist match. Introducing first, representing the Phantom Troupe and he is escorted to the ring tonight by Phantom Troupe member Eric Gibson and Wrestling Hall of Famer, the "Nightrider" Reno Dumont!...”

The three men reach the ringside area where Chris closes his eyes as he lowers his head, focusing himself, before he reaches out and slams his taped fists hard on the ring steps before he makes his way up, wiping his feet off on the ring apron before he enters the ring proper, followed by Gibson and his father.

Phillips: “He weighs in tonight at two hundred and twenty five pounds, from New Orleans, Louisiana...he is the "Ronin", CHRIS DUMONT!”

Dumont cracks his neck and waits in the corner with his family, staring at the entranceway intently. As he does, the opening notes of “Million Dollar Baby” hit the PA. The crowd looks for the light show that accompanies the entrance, but there isn’t one. The song picks up into the chorus.

I AIN’T EVER REP A SET BABY!

I CAN’T DO NO WRONG!

I CAN CLEAN UP GOOD FOR YA!

OH I KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG!

CAUSE I WANNA MAKE IT SO BADLY!

I’M A MILLION DOLLAR BABY, DON’T AT ME!

Finally, Billy ambles out from the back. His eyes are droopy and dark. There are no dance moves for his entrance. He steps very lightly, slowly dragging to the ring. His left shoulder is notably wrapped up in bubble wrap, the end taped to his chest with duct tape. His entire midsection is wrapped up with bubble wrap as well. His fists are taped up to his forearms.

Sharper: “Ladies and gentlemen, I apologize for what you’re about to see. This kid may be obnoxious, but he’s clearly in no shape to fight Chris Dumont here tonight.”

Knots: “Where the Heavens are concerned, there’s always a plan, Sharper! And look! Billy is protecting his injuries with bubble wrap! Genius! Let’s see what you can do with that, Chris!”

Billy gets to the steps and limps up, gingerly. He steps between the second and third ropes and looks across the ring at Chris, Reno, and Gibson. Reno cocks an eyebrow and whispers something in Chris’s ear. Chris nods stoically.

Sharper: “Love him or hate him, this is not what anybody wants. Somebody stop this before it happens.”

Knots: “His father has his back! You know there’s a plan.”

Sharper: “Knock it off. Dumont’s entourage is here in full force. Where do you think the brotherhood is in the Fall of Man? Do you think William gives a damn what happens to this boy?”

Knots: “Yes, I say that confidently.”

Reno and Gibson exit the ring. The bell sounds as Billy steps forward. The pathetic look on his face is not pitied by Chris Dumont, who steps forward and immediately drills Billy in the chest with a stiff right hand that sends him towards the ropes. Good footwork and form by Dumont as he throws a series of blows into the midsection of Billy, causing a loud pop from the bubble wrap. Billy falls into the corner, hugging the second rope.

Sharper: “A few punches here and Billy is absolutely already looking for an exit. He does not want this kind of a fight with a veteran striker like Dumont.”

Knots: “There’s a plan here, Sharper! Don’t worry about it!”

The referee breaks it up as Billy clings desperately to the ropes. The referee checks on him, skeptical of his health. Billy nods, then uses the second rope to pull himself to his feet. Then, Billy wheels his right hand around, making contact with a vicious backhand that makes an audible slap. The crowd oh’s as Chris hunches over off to the side, holding his face. Then, he stands straight up, face full of rage. Billy shakes his head no and holds his hands up, begging for mercy as Chris steps forward and launches his right hand directly into Billy’s face. The crowd oh’s as Billy slumps forward onto Chris and slides down to his feet. Chris watches as Billy falls chest first into the mat.

Sharper: “My GOD! Billy didn’t even try to protect himself there.”

Knots: “He went down like one of Andy’s toys when an adult is present! The force of that punch!”

Chris rolls Billy over and makes the cover, and when he does you can see blood trailing down Billy’s nose.

Ref: 1!

2!

Thre— No! Billy gets his shoulder up before the three. Chris nods and clutches his wrists around Billy’s head, lifting him to his feet. Billy is notably having trouble standing up. Chris with a rabbit punch to Billy’s head, then another as he clutches Billy by the back of the head, pushing him back into the corner. Blood begins to speckle Chris’s taped fists as he delivers another thunderous shot to Billy’s head. He grabs Billy by the arm and sends him for the ride across the ring, Billy hitting the buckle hard chest first, which causes some more of his bubble wrap to pop! The crowd oh’s as Billy falls onto his back, grimacing notably. Dumont approaches, gets down, and lays in another opening blow to the forehead, followed by another, then another, then Dumont begins to grind his elbow into the face of Billy Heaven as the crowd cheers him on.

Sharper: “Chris’s hands are already covered in O Negative and I’m sure it’s not lost on you, Jonathan, that the Dumont family is watching the ramp every now and then to make sure there’s no funny business.”

Knots: “Yeah, great. A family reunion. Just what we needed, more Dumonts.”

Billy reaches up to the sky, grabbing for something that isn’t there, face and mouth bleeding openly. He’s up on his back end now. Chris comes in and grabs him under the chin.

Chris: “You go back and show your father, alright? You show him all about what consequences really means!”

And then, Chris summarily drops Billy with another hard shot to the head, then rolls into a lateral press.

Ref: 1!

2!

Thre— No. Billy’s shoulders shoot off the mat, his hands immediately going to his face to cover up. His tape drips with his own blood as Chris mounts him and takes his left hand overhead, driving it down into Billy’s forehead.

Sharper: “This is an absolute mauling. Good Lord. Can somebody please put a stop to this?”

Knots: “You’ve been calling for this poor kid to get his face caved in since he started. It’s real rich to hear you cry crocodile tears now. Come on, Billy! Fight back!”

Chris again squeezes the sides of his head to bring him to his feet, but Billy suddenly and desperately reaches behind Chris’s head, grabs on, and drops to the ground, dropping Chris with a jawbreaker. Chris flops to the mat, holding his mouth, while Billy recovers on the mat, grimacing.

Sharper: “A little reprieve here from Billy as he uses his head for a change.”

Knots: “But his protective layer of bubble wrap has been compromised! How much more can he take?”

Sharper: “He probably should have had ‘handle with care’ written on him.”

Billy rolls over with Chris on the ground, stirring, and drives a right hand into his opponent’s head that drops him momentarily as he tries to get to his feet. Billy clutches his left arm, then looks down and delivers another blow. The referee cautions him, but Billy waves it off and mounts Dumont with some hard right hands. After eating a few, Dumont uses his strength to shift and reverse the position into a simple mount. Then, Chris begins furiously hammering away on Billy with straight left hand blows, a splatter of blood flying off of Billy and onto Chris’s face as there are audible shrieks from the crowd.

Sharper: “My god. A taped fist match is supposed to be a two party brawl, not one way traffic.”

Knots: “This Chris Dumont is taking advantage of a clearly injured Billy Heaven! This is absolutely brutal!”

Finally, Chris stops his assault. He stands up with a serious face, shakes his head, and looks down at Billy, who is laid out at his feet.

Chris: “It’s not over yet, kid. Come on. Get up and fight. I’ll make a man out of you if your father won’t.”

He looks over to Reno and Gibson. Gibson looks at Reno with a similar look. Reno only sighs as Chris goes back to work.

Sharper: “I know Chris Dumont has a point he wants to prove, but it looks like he wanted more of a fight here tonight. He should be having some reservations about continuing on with this pummeling.”

Knots: “He doesn’t care, Sharper! He’s going to teach Billy a lesson and send him to his father’s doorstep in a shoebox!”

Chris hoists Billy up and wraps his left arm around the top rope as the crowd rises to its feet. He wraps it around and puts it in a chicken wing, holding onto it with his left, hooking his right thumb under the plastic before tearing it off. Then, he lays in a series of unprotected blows to Billy’s flanks as Billy wails out in pain. The ref begins to count him down as Billy’s screams grow louder and louder.

Dumont allows the clean break and allows Billy to flop without any stability to the mat. He rolls over, clutching his back, arched up as much as he can. He crawls towards Dumont and reaches out, mouth full of blood. He struggles to get up, grabbing at Chris’s hips to pull himself up. Chris’s hands are ready to go. He angrily looks at Billy, who hammer fists his opponent’s chest with little effect. Chris shakes his head, ears back, and pastes Billy with a sharp right hand that makes the crowd pop a little. Billy hits the mat hard. Chris lifts him straight up to his feet and drives his knee hard into Billy’s midsection. Then, he takes his arms, wraps them around Billy’s head, and wrenches up on his neck in a modified guillotine choke. Billy wails loudly as only his right arm flails out looking for something to grab onto. Chris watches the entranceway, waiting for something to change. Then, Chris relinquishes the hold, backs off and goes the ropes, running forward with a powerful clothesline that flips Billy clean over.

Sharper: “The neck Chris Dumont put in a collar in February, I think it’s same to assume he knows is still not 100%. He made Billy a human lawn dart in Düsseldorf, and now he’s destroyed Billy’s neck with that clothesline!”

Knots: “This Dumont is a damn sadist! This is absolute torture! Stop this!”

Chris immediately lifts Billy up, who, on dream street, has no defense. He wobbles around on sea legs as Chris hits the ropes and blasts him with another powerful clothesline. Chris shakes his head as he looks down at Billy and the blood all over the white tape on his hands. He furiously grabs Billy by the head and drags him to his feet, backing him into the corner, throwing flurry of blows to Billy’s body that crumple him to a seated position. The crowd is reduced to a mild cheer as they watch on, Billy struggling to keep his eyes open. Chris steps out between the second and third ropes, waiting on the apron. Reno walks over to the ramp way to watch for any possible interference. Billy weakly tries to stagger to his feet. When he gets up, Chris runs the apron, leaps up, and delivers a vicious Superman punch from the apron, reaching over the top rope! The crowd falls silent as Billy hesitates for a moment, then slow fall crashes to the mat. Dumont steps back into the ring and looks down at Billy, drops to his knees, and presses his shoulders down, making sure to use his elbow to press the side of Billy’s face into the mat.

The bell sounds as “Indestructible” hits the PA. Reno and Gibson step into the ring to celebrate with Chris, their collective celebration a solemn affair as Chris looks down, disgusted, at Billy.

Phillips: “Here is your winner…Chris…”The Ronin”…Dumont!”

Sharper: “Well, I think now would be a good time to remind all the kids at home that these are professional fighters, and what you just saw is something you should not try at home.”

Knots: “Throwing punches like that or taking them, Sharper? And Billy was damn near defenseless that whole time. Nobody even bothered to come out with Billy here tonight to show support. Billy is absolutely decimated.”

Sharper: “Are you really surprised?”

The referee raises Chris’s hand as Reno and Gibson celebrate in the ring with him. The crowd returns to an applause more so than a pop as several audience members look into the ring as the referee tends to Billy, who lies motionless on the mat. Chris points into the camera lens.

Chris: “Can you hear me now, William?”

He steps back and steps over Billy, as the referee calls for medical attention.

Sharper: “Well as we clean up the ring from Billy Heaven Jr.’s destruction…”

Knots: “He was a valiant hero. He stood on his own. The barricade to ensure inevitability later tonight!”

Sharper: “Next, we could see a fight that could be even bloodier. They hate each other. Colleen MacDonald and Kimberly Williams. Underground Title on the line. Can Kim make history or is Colleen going to show that the division is now hers?!

A recap video plays showing the history between Kimberly Williams and Colleen MacDonald.

Kimberly Williams vs. Colleen MacDonald

SCW Underground Championship

The lights go out, except for a single spotlight at the top of the stage. The opening chords to “Patient Number 9” by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play.  A haunting voice is heard…

"Is there a way out of here?"
"Hey, how long you been here?"
"I wanna go home"
"Hey, hahaha"
"Hahaha"
"Excuse me, could you tell how to get out of here?"
"Hahaha"
"I want to go home"
"Hahaha"
"Mommy, mommy"

The song begins to rage full bore now. Suddenly the lights come back on and Kimberly Williams pushes out a grocery cart filled with weapons. We also see clearly something covered by a blanket of some sort inside. She looks around and enjoys the loud, mostly positive, reaction from the fans. A sinister smirk is on her face as she ponders what she is about to do tonight.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a thirty minute time limit and is Underground Rules and for the SCW Underground Championship! First, the challenger, from Boston, Massachusetts, she is the Wild Card, Kimberly Williams!”

She winks at the fans before pointing towards the ring and making a beeline towards it, pushing the cart down to the ring. She then stops at ringside before turning and grabbing a trash can and lid and throwing it into the ring. She then turns and grabs a kendo stick and throws it in before grabbing a bag and tossing it into the ring. It bounces and rolls through before Kim rolls into the ring. She then gets up and poses in the center of the ring to another loud reaction from the fans. The music slowly dies down and Kimberly goes to a corner to await the start of the match.

Sharper: “I don’t know what to expect in this one-“

Knots: “There’s no bed of nails in that cart. But there is something covered….”

Sharper: “Kim said WASLEY would get some surgery, and she would give some lessons tonight. Kimberly Williams already ready for war here. Weapons strewn about the ring and there’s much more we haven’t seen yet.”

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot, followed by a few girls giggling.  But before “C’est La Vie” by B*Witched can even begin, Colleen steps out onto the stage from the backstage area, wearing her normal all-black ring gear. The SCW Underground Championship sits around her waist. Colleen does a cutthroat signal. The music turns off as she stands still and waits until the beginning of “How Far I’ll Go” by Auli’i Cravalho begins to play. Colleen nods once before beginning to slowly head down the entrance ramp.

Phillips: “Her opponent, from Orderville, Utah, she is the reigning and defending SCW Underground Champion, Colleen MacDonald!”

The crowd does keep their eyes on her as she looks straight down at the ring. She keeps going until she arrives down at the ring, briefly looking at the cart of weapons with disgust. She then turns back to the ring before, she steps up the steel ring steps and climbs over the top rope to get into the ring.  Once inside she does look around the arena. She simply approves of her surroundings before she turns to the business at hand, warming up before the bell rings. Kim looks at her as Colleen extends the title to the official, Jennifer Cassidy. Cassidy takes it, raising it over her head as the SCW Underground Championship logo comes across the screen.

Sharper: “Colleen…did you see that look she gave to the weapons?”

Knots: “She wants to do this straight up. She just wants to fight. And well, we’re going to see what wins out here. Colleen’s not interested in any lesson.”

Sharper: “Here we go, folks. I don’t know what to expect here. But if Kimberly Williams wins, she would surpass Rachel Foxx for most reigns as Underground Champion. Colleen is going to do anything she can to avoid it.”

Cassidy hands off the title and turns and calls for the bell but already Colleen and Kim rush at one another. The bell sounds. Colleen forearms Kim in the jaw as Kim nails Colleen with a hard right. Colleen forearms Kim again and Kim fires back and Colleen forearms Kim again and again and again. Kim falls to the ropes and starts to get up and Colleen drags her up and clubs her in the back over and over and over again. Kim lies, face down, on the middle rope. Colleen runs across the ring, bouncing off and goes for a running hip check, but Kim revives and knees Colleen in the back. Kim enters the ring and steps forward and steps around Colleen before snapmaring her over. Colleen rolls over and Kim then turns and grabs the kendo stick. She then turns and swings at the head of Colleen. Colleen ducks and both spin around. Colleen tackles Kim down. She then moves into a side mount and hammers away on her.

Sharper: “Colleen throwing hard rights. Kim already grabbing a weapon.”

Knots: “They’re having their fight, but Colleen is just turning this into the street fight. Kim wants blood though!”

Kim tries to grab at the arms of Colleen, but Colleen nails her with a few more shots before pulling away. Kim rolls over and slowly gets up and moves to the corner. Colleen follows up and shoulders Kim in the ribs before rearing back and shoulders her again and again and again. She then grabs Kim and whips her across the ring. Kim hits the corner. Colleen runs after and Kim gets a boot to the face. Colleen staggers back and Kim then steps up and kicks her in the ribs and then hits a straight kick to the ribs. Kim then turns and grabs the kendo stick again. This time she swings overhead, but Colleen blocks it. She pushes it to the side before kicking Kim in the ribs and then throwing her over to the middle rope. Kim leans on the middle rope and Colleen comes up behind Kim and nails her with a crossface punch and then another and another and another. Kim looks up as Colleen clocks her again. Kim rolls over and down to the mat, where we notice blood coming from her nose. Colleen then walks around the ring, looking at her forearm. Kim grabs at the ropes, looking out, more annoyed.

Sharper: “Colleen draws first blood!”

Knots: “She may have broken Kim’s nose!”

Sharper: “And Kim…look at that look. That’s not someone who’s happy.”

Knots: “This is just getting more and more personal. Here we go!”

Colleen then heads over to Kim and grabs her and pulls her out and nails her with a hard right. Kim rolls back and to her feet. She gets up and Colleen grabs her and whips her into the ropes. She bounces off and goes for a clothesline, but Kim slides under. She then gets up and Colleen turns and Kim hits a jawbreaker. Colleen staggers and then turns back as Kim then grabs the kendo stick and turns and swings and nails Colleen in the ribs. Colleen grimaces and Kim turns and nails her in the upper back. Colleen drops down to her hands and knees. Kim then grabs the trash can and lid and keeps them together. She places it in the middle of the ring. Colleen starts to get up, gritting her teeth. She turns around and Kim kicks her in the ribs and then looks back before hoisting her up and hitting a vertical suplex onto the trash can. It doesn’t budge and Colleen ends up on her feet and falls to the corner.

Sharper: “Oh! That trash can didn’t budge an inch.”

Knots: “Good thing the homeless encampment nearby doesn’t get this. We’d see some new moves broken out!”

Colleen then steps out and Kim suddenly grabs the trash can and just hurls it at Colleen, catching her in the head. The crowd ohs as Colleen hits the mat and turns, almost stunned by the shot. Kim then storms past and exits the ring, going over to her shopping cart.

Sharper: “Just chucking that trash can…”

Knots: “That’s one way to keep her down!”

Kim walks over to the shopping cart and reaches through before grabbing a cheese grater and something else. The crowd roars as she then heads over to the ring. She then rolls into the ring and walks over and swings, going to nail Colleen with the cheese grater, but Colleen blocks it. She then kicks Kim in the ribs. Kim throws the cheese grater down before staggering back. Colleen heads over to Kim and grabs her, but Kim fights her off and elbows her in the ribs once and then again before turning and revealing the other item to be a pizza cutter. She then runs it along the forehead of Colleen. Colleen turns and staggers off, falling to a knee and then popping up, holding her face. Kim then runs over and drives the points of the handle into the head of Colleen. Colleen falls over and into the ropes. Kim then stands over head and looks at her before placing the blade of the pizza cutter against her forehead.

Sharper: “Not again! Not again!”

Kim then runs it along. Colleen falls back and rolls over, blood coming down her face. Kim smiles as she then licks the pizza cutter. The crowd ohs as a faint “You sick fuck!” chant begins. Colleen rolls over.

Kim: “That’s not marinara!”

Sharper: “Colleen bloodied thanks to that. Kim expected Colleen to stop her first attack. And the pizza cutter…almost even more shocking than the cheese grater!”

Kim then walks over and grabs Colleen and drags her up. She moves her into the corner, blood coming down her face. Kim then nails her with a series of hard right hands before then grabbing her and running out from the corner with a bulldog into the trash can. The crowd ohs as Colleen falls back. Kim goes for the pin.

Colleen kicks out. She rolls over, looking out, enraged. Kim then walks over to the bag she threw in and pulls it out, revealing two staple guns. The crowd roars as Kim looks around. She smiles before grabbing both of them. She then holds one up and blow at the end before turning and Colleen spears her down. The crowd ohs as Colleen rolls through. Kim remains down before looking up. Colleen then slowly gets up, staggering as she does. She then turns around and runs at Kim and hits a running senton backsplash to the stomach of Kim. Kim rolls to her side and then Colleen rolls her back over and goes for the pin.

Kim kicks out by stapling Colleen in her side. Colleen winces and nails Kim with a hard right before Kim places the staple gun in the arm of Colleen and fires. Colle grimaces and then headbutts Kim before Kim staples Colleen in the head. Colleen then grimaces and swings, nailing Kim with another hard right. She then rolls over and moves to the floor.

Sharper: “Back and forth. Right hands and Kim responds with several staples!”

Knots: “Colleen may do more damage, but that’s all going to sting and Kim being like a gnat. And Colleen is just getting more and more pissed off!”

Colleen starts to get up and Kim then staggers over to the shopping cart and reaches in, grabbing a barbed wire wrapped bat, but Colleen then runs across the ring, bouncing off and then diving through the ropes and tackling Kim down, back into the shopping cart. Both end up in a heap as the crowd erupts and ohs.

Sharper: “Colleen goes airborne! Shades of David Striker in some ways…but I thought that relationship ended on a sour note!”

Knots: “But Colleen got that fearlnessness and Kim just found out what the edge of the shopping cart feels like.”

Sharper: “She went head first, the way she turned…”

Kim rolls over, blood dripping onto the floor as Colleen rolls over and winces. She looks around as she moves to the ring and uses it to get up. Kim rolls over, a gash opening up over her forehead. She rolls over as Colleen then walks over to the shopping cart and looks inside. She then shakes her head and dumps it over. She then looks over as Kim then gets up and runs at Colleen, but Colleen counters by lifting her up and back dropping her onto the side of the cart. The crowd ohs as Kim falls over and down into a heap.

Sharper: “God! No way to land on that!”

Knots: “Colleen knew that. And well, she’s now looking at what’s inside. What was covered up?”

Colleen reaches in and pulls off the blanket and reveals WASLEY. The crowd roars. Colleen reaches in and grabs WASLEY and holds it up. WASLEY now has an eye patch, is wrapped up in bandages and now has a plush knife in his hand. Colleen rolls her eyes and then just throws him into the ring. She then grabs Kim and drags her over to the ring and drives her face first into the ring apron. Kim turns and Colleen looks at her and forearms her in the jaw once and then again and again. Kim falls to a knee. Colleen then grabs Kim and lifts her up and rolls her into the ring. Colleen rolls in, but Kim rolls back out of the ring. Colleen rolls her eyes and steps through and drops down to the floor, only for Kim to kick her in the ribs. She then kicks her again and again before then turning and spinning her around and hitting a Russian leg sweep into the barricade. Colleen falls to her side. Kim then moves to the ring and looks under. She grabs a steel chair and throws it into the ring. She grabs another and throws it into the ring. She then moves over and pulls out a bed of nails. The crowd erupts.

Sharper: “Oh God…that bed of nails. That same bed that Kim slammed Colleen on and then tried to do some damage, grinding her into it.”

Knots: “And WASLEY has a knife!”

Sharper: “Stop it!”

Kim lifts the bed up and slides it into the ring. Kim rolls in after and then gets up and places the bed of nails against the corner. The crowd roars as Kim then taps it on the top, almost calling it a good boy before turning back and grabbing one chair and opening it up. She places it down. She then grabs the second one and places it next to it, seat to seat. She then goes over to WASLEY and lifts him up. She then holds it up as the crowd roars. Colleen rolls into the ring at this point and Kim then turns and sees her and swings, nailing her with WASLEY. But it makes no real impact as it just bends against Colleen. Colleen looks at it annoyed before then nailing Kim with a hard right. Kim drops WASLEY as the crowd boos a bit. Kim nails Colleen with a shot. Colleen fires back with another shot. They trade blows before Kim kicks Colleen in the ribs. She then runs into the ropes. But when she does, Colleen hoists her up and hits a sitout spinning spinebuster through the chairs. The crowd ohs.

Kim kicks out and rolls back. The crowd ohs. Colleen looks over and then turns and crawls over to the ropes. She then looks at WASLEY again and stomps him for good measure. This gets some boos.

Sharper: “Kim still hurting from going through those chairs…”

Knots: “Colleen taking a shot at WASLEY for good measure, but did Kim forget to put the weights in or…”

Sharper: “I doubt that…maybe just humiliating Colleen given her destroying of WASLEY or…I don’t know.”

Colleen then grabs Kim and pulls her up. She then hoists her up and hits a powerbomb. She goes to lean forward, but looks over at the bed of nails.

Colleen steps off as Kim rolls over. Colleen looks at the bed of nails and then looks at Kim. She then turns and grabs Kim as the crowd looks on, roaring. Colleen then looks at Kim before turning and going to throw her into the bed of nails in the corner. Kim stops herself, sliding to a stop. She then gets up and Colleen turns and Kim goes for a frankensteiner. Colleen stumbles forward, snapped off, but stops herself from going into the nails. She then turns around and Kim runs at her and hits a running dropkick, knocking Colleen back into the bed of nails. The crowd ohs. Colleen arches her back and falls forward, the nails ripping Colleen’s top and showing some cuts underneath. Kim then staggers and grabs WASLEY as Colleen grimaces in pain. She then unwraps some of the medical tape before then turning and ripping WASLEY open herself and then turning and dumping the contents from inside, a white powder onto Colleen’s back. Colleen yells in pain as she trashes. Kim reaches inside and then starts to rub the white powder onto her back. Colleen rolls over and moves to the corner. Kim then throws some of the white powder over her shoulder.

Sharper: “My God…”

Knots: “Did WASLEY come from Mexico? The government may-“

Sharper: “That’s salt. Salt to just make it all burn. Kim torturing Colleen here. And then rubbing it in!”

Colleen grabs at the ropes, fighting up, letting the annoyance drive her, but we then see Kim grab one of the chairs and throw it at Colleen. Colleen catches it instinctively only for Kim to blast Colleen in the head with the Morrigan’s Wrath into the chair!

Sharper: “And now the superkick! The Morrigan’s Wrath. The chair back into the face of Colleen MacDonald!”

Kim dives for the pin.

Colleen kicks out. Colleen rolls over as Kim looks up. She then looks around before starting to get up. She then grabs Colleen and drags her over to the corner. Kim then walks over to steel chair and turns before placing it on top of Colleen. Kim then starts to walk around the ring, picking up some steam before hitting a running dropkick into the chair into Colleen. The crowd ohs as Colleen rolls to the apron and then to the floor. Kim then looks around before turning and walking over to the ropes. She grabs them and exits to the apron. She then grabs Colleen and drags her up before moving her over to the steel steps. She drives her face first into them and Colleen staggers over and into the timekeeper’s table. Kim then walks over to the ring and looks under the ring. She then grabs a wrench and shrugs before then turning and heading over to Colleen who then suddenly turns and lifts her up and spears her down into the barricade. The crowd ohs as Colleen rolls over. Kim rolls over wincing.

Sharper: “And Colleen again, just exploding with that spear…”

Knots: “And she’s still fighting up.”

Kim turns and crawls over toward Colleen, but Colleen pushes her head down before managing to back up. She then plants her foot and runs at Kim and hits a hip check into the face. The crowd ohs. Kim slumps down and Colleen goes for the pin.

Kim just gets her shoulder up. Colleen looks out and then around as Kim rolls over.

Sharper: “Throwing her weight into Kim. Sandwiching her between her the barricade.”

Knots: “Wonder what Kandis thinks with that hip check. More than one ass in SCW now capable of doing damage.”

Colleen staggers over to the timekeeper as Kim crawls to the ring. She then grabs at the ropes and then pulls herself up and then rolls into the ring. She rolls over and winces and falls to her side. She reaches for something in her gear as Colleen grabs the ring bell. She then looks at it and glances back before turning back to the ring.

Colleen: “Ending this….I’m ending this!”

Colleen roars as she moves to the ring. Kim slowly starts to pull herself up in the ring, staggering as she does. Colleen slides in, still holding the ring bell.

Sharper: “Colleen who has resisted using any weapons, has picked up her first on and it’s a bit poetic. The weapon she won the Chamber match with.”

Knots: “Kim is out of it…she’s out of it.”

Colleen then starts to get up and looks at the bell and then Kim before then committing. She swings as Kim turns and swings. Colleen connects with the ring bell while Kimberly connects with a hard right. Both go down and end up falling partially on one another. We then notice brass knuckles in the hand of Kim! Cassidy goes down for the count.

3!

The bell sounds as Cassidy looks up and the crowd looks on. We then cut to different shots showing both with their shoulders and both with parts of their bodies on top of one another. Cassidy looks at both before turning back to Jason Phillips. She leans out and talks to him.

Sharper: “Who got it? Both are down!”

Knots: “Kim got all of that punch, but Colleen got that clean hit….Kim was the one with a punch; Colleen with the weapon!”

Phillips backs away from the ring.

Phillips: “Fans…the referee has counted both women’s shoulders to the mat. As a result, this match is a draw!”

The crowd boos.

Phillips: “Therefore, still your SCW Underground Champion…Colleen MacDonald!”

Some in the crowd cheer, while others boo.

Sharper: “Both knocking each other out.”

Knots: “They just kept attacking and attacking and then both knew they had one shot…both hit…”

Sharper: “You think Colleen is going to be happy with this? Kim?”

Knots: “No.”

Sharper: “And look at what they did to each other tonight!”

Cassidy checks on Colleen as officials enter to check on Kim. They both start to stir. The crowd looks on as some boo as the scene slowly fades out.

We open up with a shot of a plant slowly starting to grow out of the ground. It keeps growing and growing as we cut to a shot of butterflies, before showing the melting of snow, and then a shot of sunshine beaming down on the ground. We cut to a shot of a beautiful meadow as we hear birds chirping, the sound of light breezes, and men grunting? The grunting continues before we see a shot of Alex Belmont, Dante Slayton and Wil Pierce attacking someone and throwing them clear across the meadow. They land in a thud before we cut back to see Belmont hoisting another man up and turnig and hitting the Rebellion. The man rolls into the grass before ending up unconscious. We then see Pierce running forward and throwing a man over the first man with the Final Vent. Then we hear someone screaming as we see Dante Slayton locking someone in the Game of Death. The screaming continues as the scene goes opaque.

“SCW presents Rebirth on Sunday, April 13, only on pay per view!”

We then cut back to see Slayton, Pierce and Belmont looking at their handiwork.

Slayton: “Just getting started…”

He heads off as the other two members of the Shinigami Foundation walk off too.

Meghan Strader vs. Polly Pingotti

A coin can be heard dropping into a coin slot. A few seconds pass, which is when an open field is shown up on the SCW tron. A flock of birds rise up from the tall grass and fly away as the sound of a piano can be heard playing, leading into the opening of "Bird Set Free" by Sia. The moment the opening words are heard, Polly steps out from the back and stands at the forefront on the stage, wearing a black almost knee-high skirt along with a matching black spaghetti-strap top that has one white bird embroidered on the front . She looks up at the tron to see one straggling bird rise up from the grass all by its lonesome. Polly admires the one small bird that begins to fly away now too until Sia reaches the chorus, which is when she turns around as a pair of pyros goes off on each side of the entranceway. The nearest camera catches her piercing bright green eyes as she begins to walk down the ramp and down to the ring. From the back, Marissa Swanson now comes out in a simple short black dress and wearing a plain dark purple headband in her hair. Marissa just walks until she catches up with Polly about halfway down the ramp. The crowd looks genuinely uneasy as she appears.

Jason Phillips: “Making her way to the ring, accompanied by SCW’s newest official acquisition, Marissa Swanson, from Panguitch, Utah… Polly Pingotti!!!”

Polly just nods over at Marissa and Marissa nods back. Polly turns her attention to the ring and the task at hand. She can hear the usual mix of cheers and boos, leaning more towards cheers than boos. She gives one full look around the arena before she slides into the ring under the bottom rope. Once inside the ring she stands right up, closes her eyes, and presents a flying motion. She opens her eyes back up and light on her feet chooses a corner of the ring to wait in. With her arms now back at her sides, her focus builds on the fight that she is about to go through. Marissa chooses to camp out close to the announce desk, just in case she is needed to fend off any Straders.

Sharper nervously looks over in her direction.

Sharper: “As we know, it’s official. Marissa Swanson is now fully contracted with SCW. She is out here tonight at Polly’s request, definitely to just even the odds a little in case any of the Straders should make their presence known.”

Knots: “We don’t even know if they will. Veronica and Cara are busy with The Shinigami Foundation. Not sure about the others.”

Sharper: “A safety precaution then. We saw our first taste of what she has to offer too.”

Knots: “Taking out Darren Reid Jr. isn’t anything to talk about. Though then again, the same can be said for Meghan taking out Religious Wright.”

Sharper: “Exactly. Meghan has a MUCH tougher challenge tonight in Polly. Polly is just sick and tired of being passed over, and I can’t blame her. She has improved in that ring tenfold since she first came here.”

Knots: “I can’t blame her either, but she needs to push aside all the side stuff and show everyone what she has buried deep within, if she ever wants to be the SCW World Champion.”

“Bird Set Free” fades out and Polly looks completely ready to go.

"Unchained” by Van Halen begins to play as the house lights slowly dim. At the twelve second mark, lights start flickering as the beat and rhythm of the song get louder. A shot of Polly is shown squinting her eyes and using her fists to punch the air a few times.

~Alright!
Haaa-ha-ha-ha!
You say, I cannot get there from here, baby
Then I don't care where I'm goin'~

The SCW tron lights up with the chrome ‘S’ emblem and explodes into shots of Meghan, smacking the taste out Shadow Starr’s mouth with a kick to the jaw, stepping on Ai Mei’s skull, pinning Corey Lazarus one, two three and the last shot of her being her holding one half of the PWA Tag Team Titles, BWF Tag Titles, ICW Tag Titles, IWF tag Titles, CWA Tag titles and with the Revo1 Wrestling tag team title. All kinds of tag titles. It’s her thing. Her name flashes on the screen, and a small amount of Pyro shoots off as Meghan steps out from behind the curtain.

~Thought you'd never miss me till I got a fat city address
Non-stop talker, what a rocker
Blue-eyed murder in a size five dress~

Phillips: “And her opponent, from London, Ontario, Canada… she is the President of the Cowgirls From Hell and Matriarch of the Straders…”

~Change, nothin' stays the same
Unchained, and ya hit the ground runnin'
Change, ain't nothin' stays the same
Unchained, yeah ya hit the ground runnin'~

Meghan stops and waves at the crowd as she shifts her hips to the right side, not even looking down at the ring yet. Polly just rolls her eyes. After a few moments, Meghan does turn and makes her way down to ringside.

Phillips: “Meghan Straderrrr!!!!!!”

~I know, I don't ask for permission
This is my chance to fly
Maybe enough ain't enough for you
But it's my turn at a try~

Meghan finger pistols to a few of the fans that are near the bottom of the ramp.

~ Thought you'd never miss me till I got a fat city address
Non-stop talker, what a rocker
Blue-eyed murder in a size five dress ~

Meghan then stops, looks side to side, raises up her arms and the entire stage explodes in gold and silver pyrotechnics as the family sneer comes across Meghan’s face.

~Change, nothin' stays the same
Unchained, and ya hit the ground runnin'
Change, ain't nothin' stays the same
Unchained, yeah ya hit the ground runnin'~

At that Meghan turns it into a stride and slides under the bottom rope into the ring and jumps up to the top turnbuckle as she raises her fist in the air. She steps down and for the first time actually does look Polly in the eyes. Polly sizes Meghan up in return.

Sharper: “The height difference could be an issue, but we know Polly well. She’s a scrapper, a survivor, always has been. Sure the going has been tough, but she’s still here and she is not just going to let Meghan begin to head for the SCW World Championship when Meghan has just barely put her foot in the door here.”

Knots: “In order to do that, she needs to bring her best.”

Sharper: “Both of them do. If you want the SCW World Championship, you will be taking on the likes of Josh Hudson, Xander Valentine, Selena Frost who has that shot still in her back pocket, and potentially Waylon Creek should he be able to dethrone Xander here later tonight.”

The referee calls for the bell after looking quickly at both ladies. As soon as the bell rings, Tamika, Mackenzie and Tearra Skye file out from the back but just stand on the stage, looking down at the ring. Another camera catches a shot of Marissa shaking her head. Polly sees them but immediately turns and goes right at Meghan, lowering her right shoulder right into Meghan’s gut. Meghan looks a bit stunned by this as Polly drives her back into the nearest corner. However it is in the corner where Meghan uses her height to her advantage, able to reach over and club Polly in the back with both of her fists. This gets Polly to back off enough for Meghan to come forward. She goes to double underhook Polly, potentially looking for a double arm DDT, but Polly blocks it. She drops and rolls away and then pulls herself up by the set of ropes that she is at. Meghan nods and points at her head. Polly just sneers and goes in again, showing that she is willing to throw caution to the wind. This time Polly drives Meghan into the corner, HARD! Meghan’s back hits the turnbuckle. Polly immediately steps up onto the bottom rope, straddling the corner and does not waste any time with letting a few fists fly. The referee warns her, but Polly doesn’t let Meghan out of the corner. The referee starts to count.

Polly suddenly lets go a flying forearm that catches Meghan on the side of the jaw before she gets off the rope and backs off. The referee stops the count. Polly resets while Meghan shakes off the blow and now just stares down at the shorter Polly. Polly is light on her feet, waiting to see what Meghan will respond with. It isn’t long before she finds out. Meghan goes to clothesline Polly down, but Polly ducks it, quickly spins around and goes to grab Meghan to pull her in. However Meghan is a bit smarter than that and is able to stay out of the grasp of Polly. Meghan spins and then is able to get Polly down by tripping her up at the left leg. This gets Polly to stagger. Meghan finishes the job by taking Polly completely out at the leg, chop blocking her. The crowd ohs and some boo. Meghan grins her Strader grin before she goes to line up to kick Polly in the back of the head. From ringside Marissa yells out to Polly. Polly hears her and ducks just in the nick of time. Meghan’s momentum carries her past Polly. Polly winces a little but gets up enough and throws herself at Meghan, from behind her. Meghan is tossed into the ropes by Polly. When Meghan rebounds, Polly is in position to club Meghan right in the small of the back. This gets Meghan off balance. She teeters and then falls over Polly. Polly rolls over and goes for the pin, hooking Meghan’s left leg.

1!

2!

Meghan kicks out. Polly rolls away and gets up to her feet but does not look frustrated at all. A camera catches her squinting her green eyes, again sizing Meghan up, waiting for her to begin to rise. As Meghan begins to come to her feet, she turns and eats a Chick Kick for her troubles. Meghan stumbles backwards but is able to grab hold of the ropes. Polly however comes up to her and wraps her arms around Meghan’s sternum and is able to yank her off the ropes. She shoves Meghan to the side and then bounces her own self off the ropes and goes for a short-arm clothesline. Meghan turns right into it but Polly does not have enough power behind it to floor Meghan. Meghan is teetering though. Polly goes to the nearest corner, hops up onto the middle rope and comes off backwards. It is like Meghan is sensing it coming though as she teeters out of the way and is able to swat Polly out of the air, causing her to crash onto the mat face first. The crowd ohs and some boo.

The Straders assembled on the stage clap.

Sharper: “If you’re Polly, that has to hurt. Meghan now has full control.”

Knots: “I guess that’s why Meghan is the family matriarch.”

Sharper: “We will have to see if Polly can respond.”

Meghan surveys Polly who is down now on her hands and knees. She reaches down and grabs a hold of Polly’s blonde hair. The referee admonishes Meghan but Meghan doesn’t care. She pulls Polly up and suddenly whips her across the ring by the hair. Polly crumples to the canvas. Meghan comes right over and plants her foot right on the top of Polly’s head. This gets Marissa to come up to the ring. From the stage, Tearra Skye begins to come down the ramp, with Tamika and Mackenzie close behind.

Knots: “Things might get out of control here. CHBK had to see this coming. He’s not that stupid.”

Polly suddenly screams out loud beneath Meghan’s foot and grabs Meghan’s by the ankle. Meghan hops on her free foot, but this gives Polly the chance to get out from under Meghan’s foot. Polly rolls to the nearest corner and begins to bring herself back to her feet. Her green eyes are suddenly glowing as she runs right at Meghan, spearing her off of her feet and right down to the canvas. Polly mounts Meghan immediately and begins to pound away with fists of rage. Meghan tries to cover up. The referee begins a five count, with Polly continuing to deliver unrelenting punches.

1!

2!

3!

4!

Polly at the last possible moment stops, gets off of Meghan, but then punts her in the side of the head. The crowd gasps and boos.

Sharper: “Polly just snapped! That just isn’t like her at all, especially after everything she has been through.”

Knots: “Did you ever think Jon, that THAT is why she snapped? Too many times has she been down on her hands and knees. This might have just been the last straw!”

Polly is seething and breathing hard and waits for Meghan to begin to come to her feet. As she does, Polly ascends to the top turnbuckle and flies off with the Bird Set Free, getting ALL of it. This brings Tearra Skye and the two Straders down the rest of the way to the ring and they all mount the apron. The referee warns them to back off. Marissa comes around to that side and is able to yank Tearra Skye off the apron. Tamika and Mackenzie hop off and look to go for a 3-on-1 on Marissa, but Marissa backs off. This however has distracted Polly. Meghan comes to her feet and takes Polly’s left leg out from behind once again. Meghan looks around and licks her chops. She quickly goes and sets Polly up.

Sharper: “Uh oh, looking for the Blackened most likely. Distractions seem to always get in Polly’s way.”

Knots: “Yup.”

Meghan goes to turn Polly over into the Blackened, but Polly somehow blocks it and then rolls out of the ring. Meghan looks stunned that she couldn’t connect on it. Meghan is breathing quite hard as well as she rolls out of the ring the same way Polly just did. Polly meets Meghan on the outside and both of them begin to trade blows. The referee looks down at both of them and then back towards the other Straders and Marissa, who have all retreated to their original positions. The referee has no choice but to start a 10 count. The punches continue until finally Meghan again chooses to go low, taking out her leg. Polly is unable to stay standing.

The referee has reached a 6 count. Meghan turns to the ring but then turns back and suddenly grabs Polly again by the hair just to pull her to her feet enough. She grabs both of Polly’s arms and hits her with the Blackened.

The referee counts 8 and then 9. Meghan rolls into the ring at the last moment as the referee counts 10 and calls for the bell. She rolls back out to reset the count, but then hears the bell. She glances back and sighs before looking at Polly and then rolling back into the ring. Marissa immediately rushes right to Polly’s side as Phillips makes the announcement.

Phillips: “Here your winner via countout, the Matriarch… Meghan Straderrrr!!!”

The crowd is booing full blast now. Meghan just shrugs.

Sharper: “Clearly this is not the way the crowd wanted this one to end, being both have said they want to eventually go for the SCW World Championship. But I’m sure Meghan will take it.”

Knots: “One that will definitely NOT be happy about this one is Polly. Poor Polly has been outdone yet again and put down on her hands and knees, a position she knows all too well.”

Sharper: “That might be going too far Jon.”

Knots: “Not in her mind.”

Meghan rolls out of the ring and goes to rejoin her family. Polly slowly begins to stir and the ringside camera tells the story. Polly is the angriest she has ever been. Marissa even backs away.

Sharper: “Congratulations to Meghan Strader.”

Knots: “They beat the hell out of each other, but not the end they wanted. Meghan wanted to keep going. Just too focused on Polly!”

Sharper: “It may not be what was advertised.”

Knots: “Hey, we got a fight. We expected that. Polly meanwhile…well…”

Sharper: “Well speaking of advertisement, we have been trying to figure out what the hell a Disconnect Match is. Glory Braddock agreed to it. CHBK reluctantly signed it. But it was only earlier today that we found out what it was.”

Knots: “And the Adrenaline Championship was on the line.”

Sharper: “And well the answer is not going to be-“

Suddenly, the opening sounds of “Overdose” by Memphis May Fire begin. The song quickly picks up pace as purple, pink, and yellow lights shine throughout the arena, emanating from the stage. The crowd starts to roar with anticipation. The screens start to flash the name “Jordan Majors.”

Sharper: “Jordan Majors? Jordan Majors is back in SCW!”

The song plays for some time before Jordan Majors walks out to the middle of the stage and turns around and puts her arms straight out as she looks down. She bobs her head to the music before turning and looking directly toward the ring. She kneels down and taps a fist into the ground before she makes her way toward the ring at her own pace. Notable around her waist is the SCW United States Championship belt.

Knots: “Is that the SCW United States Championship, Sharper?”

Sharper: “That looks just like it….wait a minute. A woman called out to Asher Hayes as he was leaving Breakdown…”

Knots: “They did used to hang out…but where the hell is Asher Hayes? Now something is fishy. He didn’t show up tonight. He said he would and now Jordan has that title!”

She ignores the crowd on each side of the ramp as she slowly walks to the area just outside of the ring. Majors makes her way to the ring steps and slaps them twice before she runs up and jumps to the middle rope from the outside of the turnbuckle. She screams out to the crowd and points to herself before she grins and strikes a pose in the corner with her arms stretched out to each side. She then walks over to the corner, demanding a microphone. Phillips hands her one and Majors takes it. She then turns and walks to the middle of the ring, smirking as she holds onto the US Title with one hand and holds the microphone up to her mouth with the other. The crowd looks around as a “Jordan!” chant breaks out. Jordan drops the microphone away from her mouth and enjoys the reaction, laughing a bit and nodding.

Sharper: “And San Antonio is on their feet for Jordan Majors!”

The chants continue for a few moments before Jordan brings the microphone to her mouth again.

Majors: “Miss me, SCW?”

Majors smirks as the crowd roars.

Majors: “Well don’t worry…see, I’m back and-“

Majors stops as she’s again cut off by the crowd that cheers.

Majors: “I’m back…and proud to be your new SCW United States Champion!”

The crowd roars, before some boo, some cheer.

Sharper: “What?”

Majors: “What? Don’t you recognize this belt? Oh, you probably are now trying to figure things out. I just happened to pick up my good friend Asher from Breakdown. And well…I don’t know where he is tonight, but I know where the title is. And Asher Hayes is the US Champion, right?”

Majors looks around, almost asking the crowd. Some yell “yeah” while others boo.

Majors: “That’s what he was saying. He’s the US Champion. He says it himself. Not interim, oh no. The real champ. Well, don’t worry…we have a new champion and don’t worry. It wasn’t because I pinned him or anything like that. Get your heads out of the gutter. I wouldn’t debase myself that way. But I am holding the title and don’t they say that possession is nine-tenths of the law?”

Majors smiles.

Majors: “Well, that would make me champion. And well, if Asher Haye disagrees, he can come out and say so. But he seems otherwise engaged or else he’d be here. He did give a speech on how he would be, and how important this all was. But don’t worry…I’m stepping in. Deanna, Asher…the US Title is in good hands. And finally, MY hands.”

The camera focuses on Majors grasping the US title with her hand while it’s around her waist.

Majors: “Don’t worry. I’ll be at Breakdown, unlike some people…And SCW…your Star of Tomorrow is back to be your Star of Today!”

Majors steps back and turns and brings the microphone by her side. “Overdose” plays again. Majors turns and walks over to the ropes .She steps through and drops down to the floor. She then starts to walk to the back. We cut back to the announce position.

Knots: “Did you think we’d see that tonight?”

Sharper: “No I didn’t, but I hope someone backstage to reaching out to Asher Hayes to make sure he is okay.”

Knots: “What did Jordan Majors do to him?! But I guess we have a new US Champion-“

Sharper: “Stop it.”

We cut back to show Majors walking to the back. Back at the announce table, the camera focuses on Sharper and Knots again.

Sharper: “Before we were interrupted and stunned, we were talking about the Adrenaline Championship and the Disconnect Match and added to this was that the match has already taken place.”

Knots: “Yeah. It took place before we even got here. We heard Glory Braddock was asked to attend early for promotional reasons. That was just a way to get her here. And look…”

Sharper: “We were given this by one person…and this was apparently a duplicate, but Dexter Grant forced everyone involved and everyone in the arena, including crew members who arrived early to sign these…these are NDAs. And look at the bottom clause…”

The camera focuses on the piece of paper, showing Grant’s contract as Majors’s music stops.

Knots: “Only the results of the match can be reported by those present.”

Sharper: “And he threatened to disqualify himself if anyone broke it or if anyone refused to sign it. Now that said, he did not get everyone. We have some footage. Two separate individuals working in the concessions heard something going on. They then realized it was something else and we have some cell phone footage.”

Knots: “We’re not getting them in trouble. This is a litigious country after all.”

Sharper: “They did not sign an NDA. They, as far as they know, weren’t even known to Grant or Braddock. The footage is what it is, it’s from a distance, but we can provide you with some sense of what went down. It appears a Disconnect Match is a true dark match. He’s trying to undermine everything we do here!”

Knots: “Well let’s take a look.”

Sharper: “And he’ll love this….of a cell phone.”

Knots: “Not living in the moment!”

The Retribution logo comes up on the screen.

Glory Braddock vs. Dexter Grant

SCW Adrenaline Championship

We see Glory Braddock taking Grant down with an arm wrench and then starting to go for the arm. Grant grabs at her and tries to get free. Glory keeps trying to get at Grant as Grant moves to the ropes. The official calls for the break.

Glory lets go and Grant rolls under the ring.

Braddock: “Come on! You wanted this. I’m here. You want to make this like training!”

Grant ignores it and walks around the ring. Glory is backed up by the official and Grant grabs at the ropes and pulls himself up. He then starts to step forward and into the ring. He then runs at Glory and goes for the leg. She gets her down but Glory pushes him off with her legs. He stops and spins around and runs at her, but Glory hits a drop toe hold before jumping up and hitting a flipping senton. She then rolls him over.

1!

Grant kicks out. He rolls over and Glory hits an arm drag. We then cut out as we then see Glory hitting a flying headscissors, taking Grant down.

Sharper: “We apologize for the cuts. Again, this has been stitched together from the video we have.”

Knots: “So a full match wasn’t recorded.”

Sharper: “That we know of.”

Knots: “Wait…what’s that….”

Sharper: “Dexter Grant’s lackey. I can’t tell if he has a camcorder or something…”

Wendell can be seen holding something as Grant kicks out again. He turns and rolls over and backs up as Glory follows him and Grant thumbs her eye. He spins her into the corner and nails her with a hard right and then a kick to the ribs before jabbing her again. We then see him whip Glory out of the corner. Grant runs after. Glory jumps up to float over, but Grant catches her. He turns out and then goes to throw her forward, but Glory then wraps her legs around his head and takes him over with another headscissors. Grant gets up and turns and Glory kicks him in the ribs and hits a swinging neckbreaker. She goes for the pin.

2!

Grant kicks out. The angle cuts now to a different part of the bowl, where we can see Wendell clearly holding something and looking through it, but now Grant is in control, hitting Glory with a running knee drop.

Sharper: “Wendell is definitely recording it as there’s a knee drop. We’ve cut forward here.”

Knots: “Different angle.”

Grant then turns and grabs Glory and drags her over to the ropes. He leans on the back of the rope.

Grant: “You enjoying this. No one is going to see this. Can they even believe if you beat me? Can that happen? Can you ego let that happen?! Huh?!”

Grant throws Glory back. Glory rolls over and stirs and Grant then grabs her and hits a Tiger suplex. He bridges up.

1!

2!

Glory kicks out. She rolls over to her stomach as Grant then grabs her arm and turns her over, grabbing her other arm.

Grant: “Too bad only I’ll see you tap!”

He then stomps her in the chest once and then again and again and again and again. The official warns Grant, but Grant keeps stomping her before stopping after several boots.

Sharper: “Just stomping away. Grant clearly had gotten control by this point.”

Knots: “Do we know the result?”

Sharper: “Only that Glory Braddock was very unhappy. So we have to assume Grant found a way to beat her…”

We then see Grant walking around the ring and running at Glory, but Glory jumps up and catches him before hitting a frankensteiner, sending him to the floor. Grant rolls over and starts to get up. Glory then runs over and grabs the top rope and hits a vaulting press to the floor. The angle cuts again as does the point in the match, as we see Glory hitting the London Plunge. She then hooks the leg.

!!

2!

Grant gets his shoulder up. He rolls over as Glory moves over to the corner. She pulls herself up and waits for him to get up. Grant staggers up and stumbles forward only for Glory to hit the Prankster’s Paradise.

Knots: “Maybe it’s because she’s doing well. Most of these videos are highlighting Glory here.”

Sharper: “Glory has her fans. And clearly a top tier talent. Could just be that. But there’s a cover…”

Glory covers Grant.

1!

2!

Grant gets his shoulder up again. He then rolls over and moves to the corner. Glory checks the count with the official before turning to Grant, but Grant then pulls her into the middle turnbuckle by the tights. He pops up and then waits for her to turn around and hits the Clickbait. Glory drops. Grant hooks the leg.

1!

2!

Glory shoots her shoulder up. Grant rolls off and looks around. He then grabs at the ropes before turning back. We then see two shots of the same event on the screen, evidently as both filmed it as Grant stomps away on Glory, letting out some rage.

Grant: “Just let it go! You’re not fully into it! The world isn’t cheering you and your ego hates this!”

Grant gets a few more shots in before we cut to the new angle. We then see Grant dragging Glory up. He then pulls her out and scoops her up and slams her. He exits to the apron and then climbs up to the top rope. He looks at Glory and smirks before going for a top rope elbow drop, but Glory moves out of the way. Grant rolls over in pain. He then starts to get up, holding his arm and then staggers up only to walk into the Gloria in Excelsis Dio. Grant falls back.

Sharper: “And Grant went high risk. But Glory moved out of the way. And then there’s the Gloria in Excelsis Dio!”

Knots: “How long is this? How much footage…”

Sharper: “Was told just over seven minutes of the fourteen or so they went.”

Glory remains down a moment before then scrambling over to Grant. She hooks the legs.

1!

2!

Grant shoots his shoulder up again. Glory rolls off and then looks around before turning and grabbing Grant. She pulls him up and nails him with a couple of hard rights before then turning him around. She sets up for the Glorification, but Grant shoves her away. He then drops to the floor and rolls to the floor. He then starts to walk around the ring. He winces as he ends up in the entrance way. He then looks up and stops before looking up.

Grant: “Who is that? You! YOU! Get them an NDA! Get them-“

The camera angle turns as we see again a split screen showing this from two angles. The one angle turns to show who got Grant’s attention and it’s Ryan and Chris Hollywood. They turn and quickly run as Grant watches them go before turning before pointing to the upper bowl.

Knots: “Oh Ryan…Chris…what were you doing there?!”

Grant: “Who the hell is that? They didn’t….It’s over! You’re disqualified! Call it, ref! WENDELL!”

Glory steps up, enraged as we then hear the bell as Wendell is ringing it. Grant then turns and starts to walk off. Wendell grabs the Adrenaline Championship before Glory then turns to the official. She then turns and exits to the floor before running over after Grant. Wendell stops at the entrance way at ringside as Glory runs over and just nails Grant from behind. He rolls over and then starts to get up, but Glory then grabs him and quickly drags him up and runs him into the ring. Wendell backs away as Grant is rolled back into the ring.

Sharper: “And that’s what set Glory off. Grant noticed the filmers and Hollywood and knew he’d not get his little psychological win over Glory!”

Knots: “And definitely wasn’t standing tall. We’ve not see Glory like this in a long time! Not since she lasted wanted something.”

Glory rolls into the ring and Grant gets up and swings only for Glory to catch the arm and lock in the Shekinah Glory. She then leans back as Grant struggles, trying to get free. Wendell stands at ringside, unsure of what to do, as Grant slowly starts to fade more and more. Glory keeps the hold on and then lets go and rolls back. She then looks at Grant who is down. She then turns and looks around before getting up.

Glory: “See! I can kick your ass. Your stupid little games…don’t tell me-“

The official, Steve Hollinsworth, shrugs and shakes his head. Glory just rolls out of the ring, incensed. She then heads over to Wendell and he steps back, only for her to grab the camcorder he had and to throw it on the ground. Glory backs up and turns and storms to the back. The Retribution logo comes up on the screen.

EARLIER TODAY:

We see a still of Glory Braddock talking to CHBK backstage, caught by a backstage camera.

Sharper: “And after Glory had that…a few hours later, Glory found CHBK and well…it wasn’t a kind conversation.”

Glory: “The hell was that? Want me early/ Fine. But then make it a closed set. Bar people and –“

CHBK: “Security only knew fifteen minutes before. It’s the Alamodome. Do you think I like it? Do you think I like this….but you’re the one who blindly agreed to it.”

Glory: “Don’t lay this at my feet. Don’t you dare? Who is actually in charge here? Perhaps act like it.”

CHBK: “I trust my veteran talent to deal with the consequences of their actions.”

Glory: “Well then…I hope that this veteran talent gets what THEY deserve after I left that rube unconscious in the ring and I hope that the young talent that may have screwed this up get the consequences of THEIR actions too. This was bollocks and you know it!”

Glory turns and storms off. She walks past the camera as the Retribution logo comes up on the screen.

We cut back to the announce position where Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots sit.

Sharper: “The first ever Disconnect Match…and it’s created only controversy.”

Knots: “Maybe exactly what Grant didn’t want. More people are going to wonder about that. But also, those rules…and Hollywood. Why?”

Sharper: “I don’t know. But Grant is for now still the Adrenaline Champion. You wonder if Glory is going to get worse or better after this….again, it’s not like she was beat.”

Knots: “And that’s the most frustrating part of this all. But then again, she did agree to it. And those were the terms…”

Sharper: “You wonder if we may have more regret after tonight…”

Selena Frost vs. Kirsten Scott

The arena goes dark and there the crowd begins to buzz.  As "Sonne" by Rammstein begins to play, lasers begin to shoot across the arena to the beat, and a spotlight illuminates The Oracle on the entry way, back to the crowd, holding fingers up with the opening count-up.

Eins...
Zwei...
Drei...
Vier...
Fünf...
Sechs...
Sieben...
Acht...
Neun...

As she holds up the ninth finger, the song stops the countdown at its crescendo, and she throws her arms out to the side...

AUS!

Spotlights begin to swirl around the arena as the song continues, and "The One" Kirsten Scott walks out from backstage flanked by Jake Starr. The pair end up on both sides of The Oracle, who turns around and spins to the opposite side of Kirsten from Starr. The Oracle turns and heads to the back as Kirsten and Jake head to the ring, "The One" staring directly at her ultimate location inside the squared circle.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a twenty minute time limit and if Kirsten Scott wins, she earns Selena Frost’s World Championship rematch. First, on her way to the ring, accompanied by Jake Starr, from Your Worst Personal Nightmare, she is The One, Kirsten Scott!”

As they reach the ring, they walk along to the hard camera side, and Kirsten jumps up onto the ring apron and stands up. Jake Starr looks at Kirsten Scott and says something to her. Kirsten then slowly raises her arm beside her, pointing one index finger in her own direction. After taking a moment to stare into the hard cam, Kirsten swings her arm out in a "DELETE" motion, before quickly sliding into the ring. Starr remains at ringside as The One Kirsten Scott walks around the ring.

Sharper: “Kirsten Scott continues to demand opportunity. Her comments are among several that some have made about Deanna Frost. Selena Frost having enough.”

Knots: “Well yeah, why go after her family? Deanna probably is permanently scarred from facing the Enigma.”

Sharper: “Kirsten Scott wants something for that, but nonetheless, Selena showing maybe some of her old self still there. Almost frustrated by people going after Deanna. Asher Hayes, Kirsten Scott…”

BELIEVE IT... OR NOT!

"Thank You for Hating Me!" by Citizen Soldier plays throughout the arena, the SCW Universe deafening the song with their boos. The lights shift to dark purple and blue, filling the arena as snow is seen “falling” along the electronic floor and screens as, out from the back, walks the Snow Queen, Selena Frost, taking in the crowd of the SCW Universe with a smirk.

Slowly, Selena shifts her head, her sapphire eyes locked towards the ring as she turns to her side and lifts her front hand gracefully, extending it towards the ring, palm upward. With a lift of her front foot, she suddenly slams it down into the ground, causing a crack like ice to form and sprint down the ramp and towards the ring!

Phillips: “Her opponent from Nome, Alaska by way of New York City, New York, she is the Snow Queen, Selena Frost!”

Lowering her arm, the Blue-Eyed Devil walks down the ramp, her steps leaving footprints in the “snow” under her feet. Reaching the ring, Selena goes up the steps and under the ropes to enter it. Once inside and in the center of the ring, she stands still, confident and powerful, as the lights form to make a massive blue and black snowflake under her and the purple and blue lights. Raising her hand back up, towards the audience, once again palm upright, a wicked smirk graces her lips. With a slam of her foot, Selena causes the snowflake at her feet to “crack” as the rampway did, the shards of ice streaking out to all four corners of the ring to shoot out purple streaks of light from the turnbuckle the lights return to normal.

Sharper: “And Selena Frost almost biding time for her title shot. A big question has been why is she waiting.”

Knots: “She can pick her shot. Use it! It’s on her terms!”

Sharper: “Could be on Kirsten Scott’s if Scott gets her tonight and trust me, if there’s one thing Kirsten Scott wants, it’s a win over a member of the Frost family.”

The bell sounds and Selena turns around to Kirsten Scott who gets right up in her face. Selen and Kirsten jaw at one another before Selena rakes the eyes of Kirsten Scott and then nails her with a forearm shot and then a chop. The crowd woos. Selena then grabs Kirsten and runs her over to the corner. She drives her face first into the top turnbuckle. Kirsten turns and Selena kicks her in the ribs over and over and over again. She then starts to choke Kirsten.

Selena steps back and walks around the ring.

Sharper: “Selena picking back up where we saw her against Blake Mason. Just another level of edge to it and-“

Knots: “And look at Kirsten. Kirsten’s happy for the fight.”

Kirsten then runs out of the corner as Selena turns back and tackles her down. The crowd roars. She then nails her with a forearm shot and then another before Selena gets her legs up. She starts to move into an armbar position, grabbing Kirsten Scott’s arm and then starting to try and push her over. Kirsten spins around and hooks the bottom rope. She then stomps her a couple of times before Selena lets go and rolls away. Kirsten then steps up and nails her with a hard right. Selena stumbles to the ropes. Kirsten follows up and nails her again and again and again.

Kristen backs up and walks around the ring. Selena winces as Kirsten turns back and Selena then hits a straight kick to the ribs. Kirsten staggers back. Selena runs at her and clotheslines her down.

Sharper: “Hard clothesline and Selena takes Kirsten Scott off her feet!”

Knots: “Hard hitting. Just right at each other. I love this!”

Kirsten rolls over and turns and Selena hits a shoot kick to the leg. Kirsten staggers to the corner. Selena steps up and hits another shoot kick to the leg. She then chops Kirsten in the chest. She chops her again. The crowd woos. Selena whips Kirsten across the ring. Selena runs after and Kirsten gets a boot up. Selena staggers out. She turns and Kirsten runs out and hits a discus clothesline. She goes for the pin.

2!

Selena kicks out. She rolls over and Kirsten grabs her and locks in a reverse chinlock. Selena reaches out and Scott leans on her. The crowd looks on as Selena falls to a knee. Kirsten holds on and Selena slowly gets her feet under her. Kirsten holds on and they get up to their feet and Kirsten moves into a side headlock. Selena pulls her back into the ropes and fires her off. Kirsten bounces off and Selena steps up and Kirsten shoulders her down. Kirsten smirks before then running into the ropes. She bounces off and Selena drops down in front of her. Kirsten hops over and bounces off the other side. Selena drills her with a dropkick. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Right to the jaw!”

Knots: “She could be out!”

Selena goes for the pin.

Kirsten gets her shoulder up. She rolls over and starts to turn and Selena waits for her as she gets up. Kirsten turns to her and Selena jumps up and hits a frankensteiner. Selena turns and moves to the corner. Just then, the lights in the Alamodome go out. The crowd roars.

Sharper: “What the hell…Selena has Kirsten down…”

Knots: “He’s gone though. He’s supposed to be gone!”

Sharper: “You don’t think….The Enigma?”

The lights remain out for a bit longer before then after several moments, coming back on and we see a pile of black ash in the ring, some black smoke coming from it, before we start to see the black mist starting to billow out from under the ring. Jake Starr looks around and then lifts the ring skirt up before more mist comes out. He waves it away from his face as he looks around. Kirsten Scott looks around as Selena does too before Selena runs over and we see her grab Kirsten Scott and turn and drive her face first with a facebuster into the pile of ash. Kirsten rolls over, coughing and trying to rub the ash from out of her eyes. Selena then looks around.

Selena: “Show your face! Show your face you son of a bitch!”

Selena looks around as Jake Starr then yells from ringside.

Starr: “Gotta steal the spotlight, huh? Bet you just paid someone for this crap, huh!”

Starr then looks at the ring as Selena turns to Starr.

Selena: “Go fuck yourself, Starr! She shouldn’t have her name in her mouth.”

Kirsten Scott then suddenly hits another Hidden Blade from behind. She then rolls over, holding her face, coughing as she rubs the ash out of her eyes. She then turns to Selena as Starr then is suddenly grabbed by the leg and pulled under the ring. The crowd roars. Kirsten Scott grabs Selena and pulls her up before turning and noticing Jake Starr isn’t there. She looks around before then letting go and walking to the ropes. She then looks at the floor and then around.

Knots: “He’s under the ring! He was pulled under the ring!”

Sharper: “We used to see Enigma do that all the time last year and….oh God….”

Kirsten then turns and suddenly walks right into the Glass Shard. The crowd roars. Selena drops down and hooks the leg.

The bell sounds. The crowd roars before booing. Selena rolls off then looks around before her arm is raised. She pulls away.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Selena Frost!”

Sharper: “Frost wins and keeps her title shot, but look at her. She’s looking around too!”

Knots: “She may want revenge for Deanna. Selena had always let her do her own thing since she returned, but now…she’s been sucked into it.

Selena continues to look around before the crowd roars as we cut to the opposite side of the camera side of the ring to see Jake Starr in a heap, bloodied from whatever happened to him under the ring. Selena walks around and sees this before exiting the ring and looking under the ring. She then looks around, ignoring Jake Starr. She then turns and snaps at Kirsten Scott.

Selena: “Thought you dealt with him…Huh! Better than Deanna?! HUH!”

Selena turns and yells at Starr before backing up and turning. She then looks around, muttering to herself. She then steps over the steel steps going to the entrance way. She then starts to head to the back as Hollinsworth checks on Jake Starr and a few other officials run down to check on him as well.

Knots: “Sharper…I don’t think the Enigma is done…”

Sharper: “And even Selena getting in Kirsten Scott’s face. Not the outcome either wanted and Jake Starr left bloodied…”

Knots: “The hell happened to him.”

Sharper: “We just hope he’ll be okay…Enigma is going back to his early attacks.”

Knots: “Yeah…”

We cut to the announce position. Knots keeps watching.

Knots: “I’m just making sure no more black crap comes out.”

Sharper: “Folks, next…Josh Hudson looks for revenge against Konrad Raab. Raab looks to put Josh Hudson down a few pegs. They meet tonight at Retribution!”

A recap video plays showing the history between Josh Hudson and Konrad Raab.

Konrad Raab vs. Josh Hudson

“Duality” blares through the PA system.

"I push my fingers into my eyes..."

The cameras show the crowd who begin booing before zooming in at the entrance way, where Josh Hudson steps out.

"It's the only thing that slowly stops the ache
But it's made of all the things I have to take
Jesus, it never ends, it works it's way inside
If the pain goes on...I'm not gonna make it!"

He wears a sleeveless black hoodie as he slowly makes his way down the ramp. He reaches the bottom of the ramp, and he looks out to the crowd before making his way up the ring steps and climbs into the ring.

"I have screamed until my veins collapsed
I've waited as my time's elapsed
Now, all I do is live with so much hate
I've wished for this, I've bitched at that
I've left behind this little fact
You cannot kill what you did not create
I've gotta say what I've gotta say
And then, I swear, I'll go away
But I can't promise you'll enjoy the noise
I guess I'll save the best for last
My future seems like one big past
You're left with me 'cause you left me no choice..."

He goes to the bottom right-hand corner, climbing to the top rope.

"I push my fingers into my eyes
It's the only thing that slowly stops the ache
If the pain goes on
I'm not gonna make it!!!"

Hudson is shown staring out at the crowd once again, as he lifts both fists into the air, earning more jeers before he climbs down and leans into the turnbuckle, waiting for the match to begin.

Sharper: “Josh Hudson is the one of the most decorated men you’ll ever find in professional wrestling. He won the Rise to Greatness Main Event last year at 47. He’s a four time World Champion. And yet the hide of Konrad Raab feels like it’s the missing piece of Josh Hudson’s trophy room.”

Knots: “Love him or hate him, Josh Hudson is best defined by the word ‘fight’. And this match is going to be just that. A fight.”

Feuer Frei by Rammstein plays over the sound system as Konrad comes out through the curtain with his flanged German mace and the blowtorch with him, acting erratic with an angry look on his face, rising the flanged German mace and the blowtorch in the air, wearing red and black skull face paint on the right side of his face with a red and black suit hoodie over his head he wears with pieces of flame blood designed all over them. He also has a penguin, walrus and a polar bear stitching on the left-hand side of his chest on his gear, stating Stop Climate Change and has NASCAR Xfinity Series and Kaulig Racing logo stitching on the right hand side of his chest on his gear. He also wears black boots along with Red and Black Gloves on his hands. Ginny Raab walks out behind him. Raab crouches down on the floor with the flanged German mace and the blowtorch in front of him, looking at the ring with evil intentions.

Phillips: “From Cologne, Germany, accompanied by Ginny Raab, he is Burned in Blood, Konrad Raab!”

After the announcement, Konrad picks up his flanged German mace and the blowtorch and slowly walks to the ring with a massive amount of boos. Konrad runs up the steps and goes underneath the ropes, while Ginny walks up the stairs and gets in the ring with Konrad. As he's in the ring, Konrad, without showing any sign of acknowledgement from the fans, lays the flanged German mace on the turnbuckle, then sits in the corner of the ring with the crowd booing him, having a nasty look in his eyes, flicking his fists as if he's already ready to fight, with Ginny taking Konrad's flanged German mace and his blowtorch away, waiting for the match to start as he takes his hoodie off from his head as Ginny leaves the ring and goes backstage.

Sharper: “And here’s Konrad Raab. After he met Josh Hudson in his native country of Germany, he’ll be looking for some revenge.”

Knots: “This guy was most recently wrapped up in barbed wire and did not seem to mind one bit until it cost him the World Heavyweight Title. I can’t imagine this is going to be a pretty fight.”

Sharper: “These guys don’t like each other. They won’t be sending each other Christmas cards. They won’t be sending friend requests. The closest they’re going to get to a mutual understanding is beating the living hell out of another.”

Knots: “As Konrad Raab says, a right hand to the face is the same in every language.”

Sharper: “I think Josh Hudson speaks the language of violence as well.”

The bell sounds as the crowd roars. Both men stare at each other with distaste as they step towards the center of the ring. They exchange a few words. Konrad points to his own chest and says something to Josh. Josh smirks and shakes his head as they lock up in a power struggle collar and elbow tie. Hudson pushes Raab into the ropes. Raab drives off his back foot and aggressively keeps the tie, shoving Hudson into the buckle. Hudson, red-faced, returns the tie by pushing back towards the far corner. Raab puts the breaks on. Hudson sneaks behind in a rear waist lock. Konrad hustles to reverse into a waist lock of his own, but Hudson has it scouted and is already moving behind, maintaining control. Hudson picks Raab up and attempts a takedown, but Raab shifts his weight and instead sneaks behind with a hammerlock. Josh taps his shoulders and begins to move in circles, clearly in pain. Hudson shifts out, maintaining the wrist, reversing into a hammerlock of his own. Konrad now struggles to reverse. Josh applies the bottom of his foot to Raab’s leg and pushes it into the mat. Hudson floats over with a front face lock. Raab sweeps Hudson’s legs out with a double leg takedown. Hudson relinquishes his grip as he tries to break. Raab on top with a chin lock that Hudson quickly slips out of and slips behind. A couple of sweeping forearm blows to the side of the head from behind by Hudson as the crowd roars! Raab does his best to protect.

Sharper: “These two men may be old dogs, but there’s plenty of fight left in both.”

Knots: “Josh Hudson is a few legacy fights away from a Brett Favre Copper Infused Knee Sleeve endorsement. Konrad is 60 and moves like a leopard. Come on, Konrad!”

Sharper: “As impartial as ever.”

The ref counts Hudson down as the ref counts him down.

Hudson breaks the count, following the rules, and steps off. Konrad sneers at Hudson, who gives him a wry smile. Konrad gets up to his feet and circles Josh, who sets himself back and prepares for another collar and elbow tie. Raab hesitates, then lifts his knee into Hudson’s midsection, doubling him over. A clubbing blow to the back by Raab. Josh reels off, grimacing. Hudson heads towards the ropes. Raab follows with a vicious and stiff forearm to Josh’s head, then sends him off the ropes. Hudson comes back into a snug spinning back elbow and clatters to the mat. Raab drops down to the mat and begins hammering away on Josh now with a series of rights!

Sharper: “A little bit of sleight of hand from Konrad Raab has him temporarily in the driver’s seat.”

Knots: “Raab is as comfortable in the driver’s seat here as he is on the racetrack! Those blows are gonna bust Josh Hudson wide open!”

The ref now counts Raab down!

Raab takes the liberty of throwing an extra punch after the four, and the referee warns hims. Raab puts his hands up. When he comes back in, Josh launches forward and tackles him hard! They roll around, each trying to establish a mount, before they slide out of the ring and slam into the mat below! When they land, they continue to throw blows at each other. Both men get to their knees. Raab over the top with an elbow to the top of the head, then another. Raab gets to his feet and attempts to punch Hudson, but his blow is blocked. Hudson with a stiff knee to the gut. He turns Konrad, lifts him up, and drops him with a belly to back Suplex on the corner of the apron. The crowd cheers as Hudson slides back into the ring. Raab rolls over, clutching his back as Hudson gets after Raab, hooking him from behind in a rear waist lock before hoisting him up and hitting a release German suplex! The crowd oh’s as Raab hits the mat.

Sharper: “A release German suplex from Josh Hudson, and if he’s allowed to break Raab down methodically like he can do, Raab is in for a long night.”

Knots: “You have to give him his props. 45 years of this and still able to competently suplex his opponents!”

Sharper: “29.”

Sharper: “I’m giving this psycho credit for what he may have done in grade school. Those poor kids.”

Konrad’s face contorts into pain as Hudson goes back into offense mode. He locks Raab from behind and attempts another German, but Raab grabs Hudson around the wrists to block, then throws his elbow behind, stunning Hudson. Raab reels off into the corner. Hudson charges in with a high knee, but Raab moves out of the way and allows Hudson to carry through with force into the turnbuckle. Raab with a rear waist lock now and a release German Suplex of his own! Hudson hits the mat with authority as Raab walks over, clutching his own lower back, shakes his head, and mounts Josh to hammer away with a series of right hands.

Sharper: “That should tell you everything you know, folks. Konrad Raab opts to not go for the pinfall after that beautifully executed Suplex and instead wants to just make Hudson bleed here tonight on pay per view.”

Knots: “He’s beating him like Hudson owes him money! Sharper, if I were him, I’d pay the man.”

The referee breaks it up as Raab is reluctant to stop his onslaught. He shares a choice word with the official before heading over to Josh and aiding him to his feet as he tries to shake the cobwebs off. Hard knee to the gut by Konrad, followed by a clubbing blow to the back. Then, double underhook applied by Raab! Hudson seamlessly spins out, grabbing the arm. He pulls Konrad in and drills him in the face with a ripcord elbow. The crowd oh’s as Hudson maintains the arm and pulls Raab in with aggression, connecting with a bridging Northern Light’s Suplex!

Kickout by Raab. Hudson rolls off as Raab shifts into his stomach, crawling for the ropes. Hudson with a quick boot, then grabs him by the head and pushes him into the corner, unloading a vicious elbow strike to the side of the face! Hudson winds up and drills him again. The blow connects with Raab’s face, Hudson’s follow through is violent and the crowd oh’s at the impact as Raab slumps over, dazed. Hudson with an open hand slap to Raab’s chest before winding him up and sending him towards the opposite turnbuckle. Raab reverses it, but Hudson holds on to Raab’s arm. Raab uses the momentum to pull Josh into a smooth Belly to Belly! Hudson crashes onto the mat. Raab rolls over, still in pain, to recover. Then, he starts to move over towards Hudson.

Sharper: “Back and forth offense. Both guys beating the absolute hell out of one another. High impact suplexes of all kinds thrown around here.”

Knots: “I’m always so impressed with Raab’s ability to just absorb punishment. He gets punched in the mouth and then acts like it doesn’t bother him. A sponge for abuse.”

Sharper: “Hooks the near leg!”

Kickout by Hudson. Raab wipes his mouth as the camera catches a bit of blood on his lip. Raab smiles vindictively as he picks Josh Hudson up into a rear waist lock and hits him with a release German Suplex of his own. Josh rolls over upon impact. Raab sits up and admires his handiwork. He nods as he crawls towards Hudson and hooks both legs, applying pressure on his back.

Raab takes a liberty and bombs Hudson with a stray elbow after the four, then puts his hands up as the referee begins to admonish him over the offense. Raab puts his hands up and yells something in German before shaking his head and walking over towards Josh. He lifts Josh up, scoops him up in a sidewalk carry, then drops him hard across his knee. Raab smiles as the crowd boos him vehemently.

Sharper: “The official giving Raab a warning now to keep it inside the lines after that German suplex and those violent elbow strikes.”

Knots: “So far Hudson and Raab are making good on their threats tonight. But I wouldn’t want to be in Josh Hudson’s shoes right now!”

Raab picks Josh up by his arm, using his chin to guide him before laying on a violent knife edge chop onto Josh’s chest. The crowd WOO’s as he repeats the strike, then sends Hudson into the ropes. Clothesline attempt by Raab is ducked. Hudson hits the far rope and comes off like he means it, diving in and drilling Raab with a flying elbow strike! Raab hits the mat but scurries to his feet. Hudson off the other side now with a shoulder tackle. Raab goes down again before shooting up to his feet. Raab swings wildly with a right hand that Josh ducks! Josh behind Raab now, hooks his waist, and hits a bridging German Suplex!

Thr—NO! Raab kicks out! Hudson leaves the waist lock applied. Hudson lifts Raab up and lays on another German suplex, the crowd popping loudly as he maintains control! Josh brings Raab to his feet and connects with a third, clearly straining from his back to lay it in! He attempts to drag a limp Konrad to his feet for a fourth, but he has to let go and falls to a knee, holding his back. Konrad lays on his side, breathing heavily, face twisted in pain.

Sharper: “Hudson looked like he wanted more suplexes, but his back just wouldn’t hold up. The damage done by Raab to this point makes it difficult on the nearly fifty year old body of the former World Champion.”

Knots: “Konrad hates Josh Hudson as much as he hates carbon emissions and it’s really showing here tonight.”

Hudson grimaces, but hears the crowd roaring its approval as he nods and rises to his feet. He takes Konrad, trying to battle to his feet, and grabs him around the head. He lifts Konrad up and hooks him in a front face lock, delivering a knee to the midsection. He hooks Raab’s arm over his head and hoists him up, dropping him with a vertical suplex. He rolls over the top into a cross armbar, then begins to drive the back of his calf across Raab’s face! The crowd roars as Konrad brings his free hand into cover up as much as he can, and when the blows begin to lose their effectiveness, Josh cranes down on the arm! Raab yells out, using his strength to look for a rope to break.

Sharper: “Good god! Konrad Raab just getting absolutely bludgeoned there with the dense calf of Josh Hudson!”

Knots: “A lot of malice in those kicks! Hey! Ref! He’s got the ropes!”

Konrad’s foot finds the bottom rope, and the referee counts Hudson down, forcing the break. Hudson lets go, then grabs the bottom rope to pull himself up. Raab rolls out of the ring to recover. He lands on his feet, rolling over to the announce desk. The referee tells him to get back in the ring, but he ignores. Hudson steps through the second and third ropes, then comes down, attempting a double axe handle. But Raab catches him around the waist, then tosses him with a belly to belly suplex onto the floor! The crowd roars as Josh lands with a sickening thud! The referee counts! (1!)

Sharper: “Oh my god! Josh Hudson! Hudson’s been suplexed onto the floor!”

Knots: “Somebody send the meat wagon out here to scrape him off the mat! My god!”

Raab rolls over onto the mat, sneering down at Josh Hudson. (2!) Then, he rises to his feet, clearly in pain, and lifts Josh Hudson up again, this time, hooking him for a vertical suplex and planting him onto the mat with a hard thud! (3!) The crowd oh’s as Raab smirks at Hudson, saying something in German to him, then lifts him and drills him with a right hand. (4!)
Josh leans against the apron and takes a hard right hand without defending himself. Konrad grabs him by the head. (5!) Raab slams him face first into the apron, then rolls him into the ring and rolls in after. He immediately hooks the leg.

Thre— No! Hudson’s shoulder fires off the mat. Raab shakes his head and smirks down at Hudson, pointing to his own chest as the crowd’s cheers break into a soft boo.

Sharper: “Josh Hudson just ate two suplexes on the outside, folks, and I’m here to tell you that mat does not offer as much protection from the concrete beneath it as you think it does.”

Knots: “Two suplexes courtesy of Konrad Raab and this is a very different ballgame now. I’ll tell you, I’ve never thought of Josh Hudson as having no backbone, but he may not be given the choice after that!”

Raab talks some trash to the fans as he’s in complete control. Hudson rolls over onto his front. Raab with an aggressive grab of his hair to drag him to his feet. An open hand slap to Hudson’s face as Raab clutches his hair! The crowd roars as Raab points his finger in Hudson’s face. Hudson rears back and drills Raab in the mouth with an elbow so hard it can be heard on camera! Raab stays on his feet, but Josh won’t let him down. Hudson into a fireman‘s carry attempt, but Raab shifts his weight and slides out. As he does, a vicious roundhouse kick strikes Raab in the side of the head and down he goes! Hudson falls over on top of him!

3…No! Raab kicks out as the crowd roars. Hudson struggles to get to his knees, but falls forward, clearly in pain. Raab vacantly stares up at the lights and does not move!

Sharper: “What a kick! Konrad Raab wasted time and gave Josh Hudson a moment to breathe!”

Knots: “I have no idea what the electric bill situation is in Germany, but I know that Konrad Raas has just been given a disconnect notice!”

Raab rolls to his side. Hudson clearly is having difficultly maneuvering, but pushes himself up a bit.

Raab rolls towards the center of the ring and comes to a knee. Hudson does the same, his legs nearly giving out.

6!

Both guys up to a knee now, staring each other eye to eye. It takes a moment for them to realize, but when they do, Raab’s face turns candy apple red as Josh gives a contemptuous look back. They begin exchanging punches, rising to their feet in short order as they drive into the corner in a flurry. Josh with the upper hand and a few punches to the face settle it. He brings Raab out into the middle of the ring and gets behind, dropping Raab with a German suplex. He gets up again, leaving it hooked. Raab slips behind and connects with a German of his own! Raab now maintains the hold, lifting Hudson up. Hudson refuses to go and rolls through, taking Raab’s leg when he gets to his feet. Raab finds himself caught in a single leg Boston Crab! Stretch Muffler applied by Hudson as the crowd roars!

Sharper: “Hudson Stretch! That could do it!”

Knots: “He’s gonna tear Raab’s leg right off!

Hudson has the hold locked on tight. Raab reaches out but can’t go anywhere. He props himself up on his hands, taking Josh slightly off the mat. Then, he twists his upper body forward, breaking the hold! Hudson to the ropes now! Raab tries to stand up, but Hudson back in with some vicious grappling knees. On a third attempt, Konrad headbutts Josh dead center to the forehead, then chokes Josh, hoisting him up in the air and drilling him in a sitout position!

3!…NO! Hudson kicks out! Raab can’t believe it!

Sharper: “Burninator! Burninator by Raab! And a two count only!”

Raab: “Listen to this crowd, Sharper! They’re eating it up!”

The crowd roars as both men are down. After a second, Konrad is up to his knees. The look on his face is one of frustration. Raab grabs Josh and brings him to his feet. He hooks him from behind, grabbing his arms and beginning to rotate for the Burn-Blooded Killer. Hudson finds himself hoisted up, but uses his weight to shift out of it! Full-Nelson by Hudson into a bridging Full Nelson Suplex!

…No! Raab kicks out! Hudson can’t believe it! The crowd roars as Raab is motionless on the mat! Hudson clutches his head as the referee motions two only! The crowd roars as Hudson begins to try to get up, wincing.

Sharper: “Josh Hudson just folded Konrad up like an accordion and Konrad Raab stays alive!”

Knots: “Unbelievable! Konrad was gonna break Hudson in half for stealing his moment in Germany and now he’s nearly paid for it!”

Hudson gets up, clearly uncomfortable, and helps Konrad to his feet. Fireman’s Carry again by Hudson as he struggles to keep Konrad on his shoulders! Finally, he finds himself drifting towards the corner, stable, and pops Konrad up looking for the knee strike, but Konrad blocks and hooks the leg! Exploder into the corner! The crowd roars as Konrad falls over!

Sharper: “Kingdom Come blocked! Raab almost instinctively hit that exploder!”

Knots: “But he can’t capitalize! He threw Josh Hudson into the buckles and now he’s hung up in the ropes!”

Konrad crawls over to Josh, who begins to collect himself in the corner. Raab gets in his face and grabs him under the chin, driving his forearm into Josh’s head repeatedly, then bombing away with closed fist shots. The referee backs him away, then he goes back in to grab Josh and drag him to his feet. He takes Josh and hoists him up, placing him on the top buckle facing the crowd. He gets up on the first rope and tries to hook the arms with his own!

Sharper: “Looking for the Burn Blooded Killer again! He’s gonna do it!”

Knots: “Josh Hudson is gonna be lucky to have a choice in whether or not he walks away here tonight!”

Hudson comes to and desperately grabs the top rope. Raab can’t pull him off! Josh pulls himself forward, then shoots his foot out with a mule kick. Raab staggers off. Hudson fixes his position to face Raab. Standing on the second rope, he leaps off looking for an aerial knee strike! He misses, but his arm catches the official as he gets too close. The official goes down as Hudson crashes to the mat. He then rolls over and Raab then grabs him and hits a DDT. Raab sees the official down as the crowd roars. Konrad smirks and rolls to the floor. He then looks underneath the ring and grabs a steel chair. The crowd cheers some more. He then slowly rolls into the ring. He then gets up as we then see two individuals enter the ring. The crowd roars as the smaller mam comes up behind Konrad as the bigger man kicks Raab in the ribs. He drops the chair.

Sharper: “Wait a minute! Konrad was going to use that chair on Hudson. The official is out. Who are these two?”

Knots: “You don’t know?!”

Sharper: “I don’t have a clue!”

Hudson rolls over as the smaller man hoists Raab up onto his shoulders and hits a torture rack into a cutter. Raab rolls to his back. The official stirs as Hudson gets their attention. The larger man then climbs up to the top rope and then hits a huge moonsault onto Raab. The crowd ohs. The two then roll out of the ring. Hudson pushes the official to Raab as Hudson goes for the pin.

Sharper: “My God! A moonsault from a man…that….look at him.”

Knots: “That just flattened Raab!”

Sharper: “And Hudson is taking advantage!”

The referee calls for the bell as “Duality” hits the PA!

Phillips: “Here is your winner….JOSH! HUDSON!”

Hudson rolls over and rolls to the ropes. The two men head over and both join Hudson. Hudson turns to the smaller man rubbing his head and smiling. The crowd then roars as we see Dakon Theron, Oskar Theron and Ludvig Eriksson running out from the back. The crowd roars as they run down and slide into the ring. The two men pull Hudson out of the ring and then they start to walk around the ring, Hudson holding his head and neck before holding his arm in the air. The crowd boos as Ginny enters the ring to check on Konrad as the EFN guard the ring.

Sharper: “EFN just a moment too late. Hudson…he just took this after blatant interference.”

Knots: “Did the ref see it?”

Sharper: “The old Hudson wouldn’t do this…who the hell are they?!”

Hudson and the two men head over to the entrance way. They start to head to the back.

A recap video plays showing how Ryan Lyman had pretended to be Simon, highlighting all of the terrible acts he’s done and Simon return.

Simon Lyman vs. Ryan Lyman

Unsanctioned Rules

The cameras cut to the ring. Jason Phillips stands in the middle.

Phillips: “Fans, the following contest is unsanctioned!”

The crowd roars. The lights go out before then “Jesus He Knows Me” by Ghost plays. The crowd boos as the man we assume is Ryan Lyman steps from the back, wearing a white robe. He extends his arms as he looks around the arena.

Phillips: “First…he says he is from the Land of the Righteous…he is Ryan Lyman!”

Ryan Lyman continues to extend his arms as he walks down the rampway. The crowd boos. He stops and glares at the ring as golden pyro shoots out behind him as he walks down to the ring. The cameras cut to a wide shot showing a white light following him. Ryan makes his way down the rampway and reaches the ringside area. He walks over to the steel steps and then steps back, shaking his head. He then walks into the ring and walks around the ring, arms outstretched. He then turns and walks over to Phillips. He grabs the microphone and moves it to his mouth.

Ryan: “Tonight is the last time anyone will ever refer to me by that name. Now…who will walk with me!”

The crowd boos as Ryan steps back and looks around. Phillips steps back.

Sharper: “Ryan Lyman…he plans to end this tonight.”

Knots: “He may whether we want to or not. What condition is Simon Lyman actually in? I don’t care who he’s been training with. He could train with God. Unless God himself, and I don’t mean Chad Evans, is going to fight on his behalf, he’s got a massive disadvantage.”

Sharper: “Ryan in good health. Simon, a stroke survivor. Hasn’t wrestled a regular schedule in seven years. And we don’t know the condition of his neck after that piledriver at Retribution.”

The crowd buzzes before “Hero” by Skillet plays. The crowd roars. Ryan Lyman just looks on, pacing and rolls his eyes. A few moments pass before we see Simon Lyman walk out from the back, wearing jeans and a t-shirt. Amy Chastaine walks out with him. Simon then takes a few more steps and looks around the arena. The crowd cheers him. He then focuses on the ring.

Phillips: “His partner, from Columbus, Ohio, he is Simply Sensational, Simon Lyman!”

The crowd cheers as Simon walks down the entrance way. Amy just a few steps behind. The cameras follow him as he makes his way down to the ring. Ryan Lyman watches him as he walks over to the ring. Ryan then suddenly runs over and goes for a baseball slide. Simon however sees it coming and sidesteps him. Ryan ends up on the floor and turns and goes for a hard right, but Simon blocks it and nails him with a hard right. The crowd erupts as the bell sounds.

Sharper: “And Simon saw it coming. Ryan was going to go right for his brother!”

Knots: “Keep it on. Just don’t give Ryan anything!”

Ryan rolls over and gets up and Simon nails him again. Ryan hits the mats and rolls over as senior official Aaron Demitra looks on, and Amy Chastaine watches a few yards back. Ryan staggers to the steel steps and Simon nails him with a hard right and then another and another. Ryan drops to a knee as Simon keeps attacking him, grabbing his head and hammering away. The crowd roars as Simon just rides him down to the floor. Simon gets up as the crowd cheers. He then walks around and grabs Ryan. He drags him up and turns and rolls him into the ring. Simon rolls in after and gets up and Ryan rakes the eyes. Simon stumbles across and over to the corner.

Sharper: “And just like that. Ryan to the eyes. Raking them. Simon now in the corner.”

Knots: “I’m sure you’ll say it’s all legal. But it is. Simon needs to remember and use that too. Amy! Get in there too!”

Sharper: “Amy is definitely thinking it. She wants her hands on Ryan too. She’s also a victim of this bastard and while she had that revenge at Rise to Greatness, to know everything else…it’s a whole new level!”

Ryan follows up and kicks him in the ribs. He then kicks him again and again and again and again. Simon slides down to a seated position. Ryan then leans in and starts to choke him. Demitra tries to fall for a break, but Ryan just leans in.

Ryan: “I should end you right here, Simon. Right here-“

Simon then thumbs Ryan in the eyes. Ryan falls back and rolls over. The crowd roars. Simon grabs at the ropes and starts to pull himself up and then turns and runs at Ryan and clotheslines him down. The crowd cheers. Simon then turns and goes over to Ryan and drags him up. He then looks at him and nails him with a hard right. He then grabs him in a pseudo-side headlock and nails him again and again before Ryan low blows it. The crowd ohs and boos. Simon falls to a knee and down to his elbows. Amy looks on. Simon looks up, grimacing in pain. He grabs at the ropes and starts to get up and Ryan then grabs him pull him up before then just clubbing him in the back of the head. Simon drops to the mat.

Sharper: “God what a shot!”

Knots: “Just cuffed him in the back of the head. Simon couldn’t block that at all.”

Sharper: “And jarring his neck. Going after the head.”

Simon grabs at the ropes and Ryan stomps him in the back of the head. Simon drops down. Ryan stomps him again and then places his boot on the back of Simon’s head and grinds the boot into it. He uses the ropes for added leverage as Amy looks on. Demitra is forced to look on, unable to do anything.

Ryan: “Come on! This is what will be left of that pathetic life. You want to be a whore and-“

Amy moves to the ring and Ryan backs up and Amy grabs at the ropes. Ryan then pulls Simon back by the leg, away from the ropes.

Ryan: “You stay right there and watch this. Unless you’re going to admit to the world he can’t fight his own fight. Prove to me how pathetic he is. Prove to me I’ve been right!”

Amy looks in as Ryan then drives his elbow into the back of Simon. Simon rolls over and grimaces in pain. Ryan gets up and hits a second elbow drop, this one to the chest of Simon. Simon rolls over and reaches for the ropes. Ryan then grabs him and drags him up. He then looks at him and just nails him with a hard right. Simon hits the mat and rolls over. Ryan looks around as he smirks and poses, getting boos from the crowd. Simon rolls over and gets up and Ryan nails him again with a hard right. Simon drops to the mat. He then reaches out and crawls for the ropes. Ryan then grabs him and pulls him up and turns and nails him again. Simon falls back and rolls over. Ryan then mounts Simon and nails him with a series of hard right hands. The crowd boos as he hammers away on Simon Lyman, drilling him with right hands over and over and over again.

Sharper: “Just mauling his brother. Simon unable to just have an answer.”

Knots: “Turns out when you’re punched in the face over and over again, it’s hard to have a response.”

Ryan throws Simon down. Simon looks up, breathing deeply as he reaches out and rolls over. Amy looks on as Ryan heads over and kicks at the ropes near Amy. Amy looks up with disgust. Ryan then turns back as Simon starts to get up. Simon staggers and turns and Ryan scoops him up. He then smirks and then throws him overhead with a fallaway slam. Simon hits the mat and rolls through to the apron and then drops down to the floor. Amy walks around as Ryan then gets up and snaps at him.

Ryan: “Stay the fuck away from him!”

Amy: “Make me!”

Ryan: “This is fight. Either he’s man enough to fight for him and you, or he’s not!”

Amy stops again and shows some clear frustration as Ryan then steps through the ropes. Simon is down in front of the announce position.

Sharper: “And you tell, Amy is concerned. Wasn’t going to stop him from fighting, but-“

Knots: “He’s right though. Either Simon can fight, or Ryan’s being proven right and-“

Ryan grabs Simon, only for Simon to grab Ryan and turn and throw him back first into the announce table. Simon staggers back to the ring. He then runs at Ryan and jumps up, tackling him up and over the English announce table, both ending up in a heap on the floor. The crowd erupts in cheers.

Sharper: “Oh…Over out table-“

Sharper’s headset falls off as Knots backs up. Simon rolls over and leans against the barricade. He looks over at Ryan who rolls over and Simon turns and swings, nailing him with a hard right to the head. He then nails him again and again and again. Ryan rolls over and towards Knots.

Knots: “Simon fighting! Making sure he has everything behind those shots.”

Ryan crawls out as Simon gets up and climbs onto the table. Ryan pulls himself up and turns as Simon dives off and tackles him down again. He then nails Ryan with a series of hard right hands on the mats. The crowd cheers.

Sharper: “Simon off our table. Diving onto Ryan! It may not look pretty-“

Knots: “But he’s trying to close Ryan’s eyes by just bludgeoning him!”

Simon staggers back and looks around. He then sees Ryan slowly starting to stir. Amy cheers on Simon as Ryan leans against the steel steps in the corner and leans back. Simon sees this and looks around before running forward, gritting his teeth as he does, but Ryan moves out of the way and Simon goes hits a running boot to the top half of the steps. They bowl over as the crowd ohs. Ryan smirks as he gets up and then turns and grabs Simon as he stirs and just drives him face first into the bottom half of the steps. Simon rolls over and holds his face. Ryan then steps onto the bottom half of the steps, smiling. He turns back as Simon grabs at the ring skirt, pulling himself up and Ryan grabs him from behind and runs him forward and just throws him back first into the barricade. Simon collapses to the mats.

Sharper: “And Ryan driving Simon into the barricade.”

Knots: “Running with him, throwing him as hard as he could. Making sure Simon can’t brace himself at all.”

Ryan then grabs Simon and drags him up. Simon is almost deadweight as he struggles. Ryan just manhandles him and throws him toward the ring. Simon rolls over and Ryan steps up and stomps him in the chest. He grabs him and drags him up and rolls him into the ring. A “Simon!” chant starts as Ryan turns and looks at the crowd. He then climbs onto the apron. He jus shakes his head.

Ryan: “Walk with me, San Antonio!”

The crowd boos. Ryan enters the ring and turns back to Simon who drills him with a hard right. The crowd erupts. Simon staggers and Ryan turns back and Simon nails him again. The crowd roars. He nails him a third time and then a fourth. He grabs Ryan and goes to whip him across the ring, but Ryan spins through and sends him in. He then hits him with a huge Change in Attitude. The crowd boos. Ryan rolls off and smiles. He then gets up and hits an elbow drop. Amy paces at ringside.

Sharper: “Simon having another second wind. Trying to fight back, but Ryan…”

Knots: “It’s too much. With the stroke, he’s probably struggling with some feeling. You don’t know how he is after the piledriver too. He walked with a cane on Breakdown…This is why this match is unsanctioned.”

Sharper: “And Amy beside herself. Is it worth Simon’s pride?”

Simon slowly rolls over and Ryan walks over to him and grabs him. He then drags him over to the ropes, right near Amy Chastaine.

Sharper: “Now taunting Amy again!”

Ryan then places his head on the middle rope before then nailing him with a hard right and then another and another. Simon looks at Amy as Ryan pulls on the hair and nails him with another hard right and another. Blood starts to come from a cut over his left eye. The blood starts to trickle down Simon’s face as Ryan hammers him again and again and again. He throws him down. Ryan walks around the ring. He then looks at his bloodied fist and smiles before turning back. Amy yells at Simon, trying to will him on. Simon looks up, blood dripping to the canvas. He crawls forward and Ryan grabs him and drags him up. Simon, however, shoves Ryan back. Ryan falls to the ropes. He then gets up and Simon pushes up and falls to the ropes. He then bounces off them before running at Ryan, but Ryan scoops him up onto his shoulder and then looks right at Amy before smirking and dropping down, spiking Simon with the standing version of the Revelations. The crowd ohs. Amy jumps onto the apron. Ryan smirks.

Sharper: “No! No! Spiked again!”

Knots: “That’s it. Simon…stay down. Please….The world at least knows of Ryan and-“

Sharper: “The cover…this has to be it.”

Ryan then moves into a lateral press.

Ryan kicks out. The crowd erupts. Ryan rolls over, holding his head and neck and starts to get up, stunned. Simon crawls to the ropes and winces. He slowly starts to get up as Ryan heads over to him and grabs him from behind. He then tries to pull him away from the ropes, but Simon hits a mule kick.

Sharper: “Ryan got caught!”

Knots: “He certainly wasn’t using that as much as Simon was before-“

Ryan holds himself and staggers back. He then winces and turns around before Simon lunges and hits the Leading the Revolution! The crowd erupts. Simon drops to the mat as Ryan lands on his back. The crowd erupts. Amy jumps up, cheering.

Sharper: “Superkick! Superkick! Simon got all of it!”

Knots: “But was it all he had left!”

Simon looks around, blood still dripping to the mat. Ryan remains down, looking up. Demitra looks at both, unable to do anything, just to watch. Ryan turns, holding his jaw. He rolls over and crawls to the ropes. Simon slowly starts to push himself up. Ryan glances over to him, wincing in pain, holding his jaw. He then smirks as he gets up and pulls himself up first. Simon is still slow to get up, using only his right arm, his left arm, pulled in. Ryan then pulls himself up and turns and runs at Simon, but Simon turns and kicks him in the ribs. He then places his head between his legs and hoists him up as best as he can with one arm, only to hit a weak piledriver. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “Piledriver on Ryan-“

Knots: “He didn’t get all of it though.”

Simon rolls over as Amy looks on as Ryan rolls to his hands and knees. He holds his head and Simon gets to a knee and looks at him before then pulling himself up and grabbing Ryan and pulling him in again. He then places his head between his legs and closes his eyes, gritting his teeth and pulls him up and then holds him up just long enough to lock in the cradle and hit a perfect cradle piledriver. The crowd erupts.

Amy: “Yes!”

Sharper: “Cradle piledriver! And that one he got all of it!”

The crowd cheers as Simon looks at Ryan who rolls to his back. Simon then turns and slides himself over to the far corner. He grabs at the ropes. He uses them to slowly pull himself up as Ryan moves his legs and starts to shake his head, almost as if getting the cobwebs loose. He then starts to turn, slowly getting up. The crowd looks on as Simon starts to motion to Ryan to get up. Ryan gets his feet under him and slowly pull himself up and staggers around before turning to Simon and Simon lunges and hits the Leading the Revolution for the second time. The crowd erupts. Simon drops down and rolls through for the pin.

3!

The crowd erupts as Amy climbs into the apron as the bell sounds.

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, Simon Lyman!”

Sharper: “And Simon Lyman…he’s the one standing tall. Not Ryan! Not Ryan tonight!”

Knots: “Thank God!”

Amy Chastaine enters the ring and heads over to Simon and checks on him. Simon looks around as Demitra also checks on him. They help Simon up as Simon looks around and then throws an arm up. Demitra grabs it and holds it up as the crowd cheers. “Hero” plays throughout that arena.

Knots: “Ryan said we’d never hear that song again. Well we’re hearing it!”

Sharper: “Simon Lyman putting Ryan down. And I hope, I hope this is the end of it with Ryan! Simon Lyman back here in Retribution…he gets the last laugh!”

Ryan remains down as Amy then raises Simon’s other arm. They stand in the ring, the music continuing to play as the crowd continues to cheer for him. Simon looks around, playing to the crowd.

The scene cuts to the announce position where Adam Sharper and Jonathan Knots sit.

Sharper: “Simon Lyman making a statement-“

Knots: “But the statement we may get ready to accept – inevitability…step one is next. World Tag Team Championship.”

We then see Simon Lyman walking over to shaking Knots’s hand and then Sharpers. Amy Chastaine is with him.

Sharper: “Congrats, Simon.”

Knots: “Yeah, congrats!”

Simon walks along with her Chastaine as the camera focuses on him, waving to the crowd, and celebrating, while smiling.

Sharper: “World Tag Team Championship on the line next. Will Fall of Man succeed in their takeover? Or can Light in the Darkness stop them in their tracks?”

A recap video plays showing highlights from the Tactical Warfare match at Dogfight in Dusseldorff followed by Luz’s struggles as US champion and Amelia’s victory over Sutter, before showing Heaven’s threats to Light in the Darkness and SCW.

The Fall of Man vs. Light in the Darkness

SCW World Tag Team Championship

We hear the sound of a door open that rings out over the arena as we then hear the words

|| THE WONDERLAND MADMAN ||

‘Villain’ by Wildfire begins to play as the arena goes dark except for a psychedelic spotlight as from beneath the stage rises Giovanni Aries sitting cross legged dressed in his Psychedelic fur coat and trunks combo as he cackles out before jumping up and spinning with arms out. Giovanni cackles out once again as he looks at the crowd while lighting a Wonderland cigarette before he stops and yells out.

“DEATH TO THE LIZARD KINGDOM”

He then makes a throat slashing gesture before cackling out once more. He then takes a drg as his music cuts and merges into the opening of “Shot from a Cannon" can be heard blaring through the PA system.  The camera will pan through the curtain as the face of James Evans appears, igniting a negative reaction from the crowd, as they shower him in jeers. The camera remains on James as he breaks through the curtain. The boos intensify as James looks out at the crowd. William Heaven walks out with him.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a sixty minute time limit and is for the SCW World Tag Team Championship! First, the challengers, on their way to the ring, accompanied by William Heaven, first, from Black Rock Desert, Nevada, he is the Wonderland Madman, Giovanni Aries; his partner, from New York City, New York, he is James Evans. Together, they are the Fall of Man!”

"Ten minutes in he's sweating
Should I have asked for more than fame?
Ignore that beast, he's smiling
It's not 'til next New Year's Eve"

James slowly makes his way to the ring, as images of him winning various championships and hitting various moves appear on the screen. He reaches the ring, staring at it. Giovanni Aries walks with him as William Heaven follows both.

"Wish I could get that list
Yes, I would burn that list
Down he goes"

James then makes his way up the ring steps, before turning and facing the crowd, who continue to boo. Giovanni rolls into the ring. He gets up and takes another drag of his cigarette.

"Set him down to a real life failure
Held fast like the field mice, been there
Give a nod as if he knows, come round
Dead last with a drumroll when the dam blows"

He then goes to the corner and sits on the top turnbuckle, his back to the crowd, as the screen shows James lifting the SCW World title above his head, as his music comes to an end. Giovanni Aries looks around, cackling as William Heaven smirks.

Sharper: “Will inevitability take old? This is part one.”

Knots: “Giovanni Aries looks ready. James Evans looks ready. Light in the Darkness better be ready!”

All of a sudden, the lights go out, prompting a surprised pop from the fans. “In the Name of Love” by Arion feat. Cyan Kicks begins to play, the LED screens flickering to life to show a large wisteria tree in front of a starry night sky with a beautiful moon, the stars seeming like they’re slowly shifting and dancing around as petals from the tree fall and gracefully glide through the sky. One spotlight comes to life on the left side of the stage from the camera’s perspective, revealing Amelia Nevado standing underneath it, eyes focused on the ring and a small smile on her lips as her hands are folded in front of her, giving her the look of a proper young lady. A second spotlight comes to life on the right side of the stage, revealing La Pequeña Luz standing underneath it with the kind of grin that could light up a room all on its own as she motions with her hands for the fans to get pumped up, which they immediately proceed to do. The two slowly turn their attention to one another and begin closing the distance, their spotlights following them as they stop within arm’s reach of one another, where Amelia extends her hand and Luz takes it before they pull their bodies close, the spotlights merging into one piercing through the darkness. The SCW World Tag Team Championships glisten with the light from the spotlights.

Phillips: “Their opponents, from Oxford, England and Tulancingo, Hidalgo, Mexico respectively, they are the reigning and defending SCW World Tag Team Champions, they are the team of Amelia Nevado and La Pequena Luz, they are Light in the Darkness!”

When the song goes into the chorus, the two ladies begin to literally waltz their way down to the ring, fast and fluid to keep pace with the song as the spotlight follows their every move, leaving fans mesmerized by their synergy. As the chorus reaches its end and the two find themselves at the bottom of the ramp, they push away from one another as far as their arms will allow without letting go before quickly pointing to the LED screens with their free hands, where the night scene is immediately engulfed in white before transitioning to a video package of the two ladies in action, both together and individually. Slowly, the two release one another, the single spotlight splitting in two again as Amelia makes her way up the steps to walk across the apron on one side, wiping her feet before stepping through the ropes. Luz, meanwhile, hops up onto the apron right in front of her and grabs the top rope before vaulting herself into a somersault into the ring, landing on her feet. She moves to the center of the ring and drops to her knees, cupping her hands together in front of her while Amelia stands right behind her, hands folded before her once again. As Luz lifts her cupped hands upward, the arena lights slowly begin to come back on as Amelia takes her hands and pulls her to her feet, spinning her around one final time into a tight embrace and a soft kiss before the two move to their corner to prepare for battle, with both girls shedding their robes and Amelia also removing her mask. They then hand off their titles to Steve Hollinsworth, the official. Hollinsworth holds them over his head. James looks at them from the corner, while Giovanni Aries ignores them. The SCW World Tag Team Championship logo comes across the screen.

Sharper: “Light in the Darkness has defeated Fall of Man before. They did so in Fatal Fortunes. They’ve been able to stand up to them. Fall of Man lately has built momentum. Can the champions stem that tide?”

Knots: “But think – Luz has been competing frequently. Amelia has been trying to support them. William Heaven has engineered this to make sure Light in the Darkness can’t resist what Aries and Evans have for them. It is inevitable,”

Sharper: “I refuse to believe that Jon. I refuse to believe Light in the Darkness can’t find a way to stop this. To bring doubt right to the Fall of Man. And we know Waylon Creek will be watching this.”

Hollinsworth hands off the titles as we then see him step back and call for the bell. Evans steps up as Nevado and Luz talk a moment only for Luz to step up first. Evans smirks as the two watch one another and then they lunge at one another, but Luz ducks under and runs into the ropes. Evans turns and goes for a back elbow. Luz ducks and bounces off the other side. She runs at Evans and Evans goes for a back drop. Luz jumps up and backflips down his back. Evans turns and Luz hits a dropkick. Evans hits the mat and rolls over. The crowd roars as Evans gets up. Luz follows up and forearms him in the jaw.

Sharper: “Speed could be the answer for the champions. If they can keep outquicking Aries and Evans, that may give them an edge.”

Knots: “True, but they’re also building momentum. And by that I mean actual momentum – they get caught and it’s going to hurt.”

Luz forearms Evans again and then ducks a hard right from Evans. She then hits an overhead chops before another. She goes for a third, but Evans blocks it and grabs her arm. Luz however ducks under and around and slips out into a side headlock. Evans pulls her to the middle of the ring and then back to the ropes before firing her off. She bounces off and Evans shoulders her down. Luz hits the mat and Evans goes for an elbow drop. Luz moves out of the way. Evans misses and gets up and Luz, again, takes him down with a dropkick. Evans hits the mat. He starts to get up and Luz tags in Amelia. Amelia enters as Evans gets to his feet and turns right into a running European uppercut from Amelia. Amelia goes for the pin.

Amelia turns and Evans then lifts her up and spears her back into the Fall of Man corner. The crowd ohs. Evans shoulder thrusts her again and holds her in as Aries just slaps her in the chest and then enters the ring before nailing her with a hard right. Evans exits the ring. Aries then takes Amelia down with a snapmare of his own and then chops her in the back before turning and chopping her in the forehead. She falls back and Aries then hits a leg drop. The crowd ohs.

Sharper: “And a series of hard strikes. Aries enters the match and quickly puts Amelia down.”

Knots: “And that’s the thing. As soon as Evans got her, Amelia was in for the ride.”

Aries gets up as Amelia rolls over. Aries drags Amelia up and hits a chop before whipping her into the ring. She bounces off and Aries runs at her and hits a running back elbow. He then walks around the ring before running at Amelia and hitting and running knee drop. He rolls through and then gets up only to backflip back and into a pin.

Amelia however backflips through, landing on her feet. She then runs him into the Light in the Darkness corner. Aries winces and Luz tags in. Amelia pulls her out and hooks her before Luz slingshots in and runs at her, hitting a clothesline, as Amelia hits a Russian leg sweep.

Sharper: “Double-team by the champions!”

Amelia rolls through. Luz goes for the pin.

She runs up and twists back into a corkscrew before landing on her feet and then going for an arm drag. Aries rolls through into the neutral corner. Luz then runs at him and jumps up and goes for a monkey flip, but Aries forearms her. She rolls back. Luz gets to her feet and Aries runs at her and drills her with a lunging clothesline.

Sharper: “And Aries takes down Luz. Just a hard clothesline.”

Knots: “And luckily her head is still attached.”

Luz rolls over and stirs and then swings. Aries catches her arm and then grabs her other arm and hits an arm-trap suplex. Luz rolls over. Aries hooks the leg.

Luz kicks out. Aries then grabs her and pulls her up and hits a Mongolian chop. Luz staggers and Aries hits another one before then kicking her in the ribs before hoisting her up for a vertical suplex only to spin around and hit a kneeling front suplex. Luz rolls over and gets up and Aries grabs her and just dumps her up and over the top rope to the apron. Luz kneels on the apron and Aries nails her with a hard right and then another before running across the ring. He bounces off and jumps through the ropes with a dropkick. Luz sidesteps and kicks him in the chest. He sits on the middle rope. Luz nails him with a hard right. He swings back and Luz then runs to the corner, slingshotting over and onto the middle rope before hitting a moonsault onto Aries!

Sharper: “Over the top, onto the middle rope, and into a moonsault!”

Knots: “Aries was just in a bad way there.”

Sharper: “And now pulling him away from the ropes!”

Luz drags Aries away from the ropes and then dives on him for the pin.

Aries kicks out. Luz turns and tags in Amelia. Amelia enters as Aries stirs and Luz turns and hits a shoot kick to the chest. Aries pops up and Amelia hits a European uppercut. He falls back into the ropes and then Amelia and Luz both hoist him up and into a double gutbuster. Amelia goes for the pin.

A recap plays showing the history between Waylon Creek and Xander Valentine.

Waylon Creek vs. Xander Valentine

SCW World Championship

The sound and image of a babbling brook overtake the PA and screen. Shortly after, a man dressed in a suit flickers onto the screen, standing in the middle of the creek, facing away from the camera. “Mountain Banjo” by Rhiannon Giddens comes over the system, and from hehind curtain emerges a muscular figure in a skull mask, adorned by torn up flannels, being led by a black lab on a leash. The dog leads the way as Waylon Creek follows close behind, looking around the arena. He hands the dog off to a stage hand when he gets to the ring and appears to say something to the dog. The dog sits calmly as Creek enters the ring up the steps. He calmly goes to his corner without any posing.

Sharper: “William Heaven says this will be inevitability. Waylon Creek to challenge for the World Championship. And Xander Valentine said it best. Waylon Creek has had the success Xander Valentine had when he first showed up in SCW. But there was never a Xander Valentine to stop him. Xander stands in Waylon’s way.”

Knots: “I think Xander better be ready. When Waylon speared him a few weeks ago….”

Sharper: “But on Breakdown, Xander chokeslammed him as we went off the air. They have each had their moment. But as Xander said earlier tonight, his words will speak for him.”

A long church bell rings, once- twice- a third time as the crowd explodes. The lights go out as Xander’s voice echoes out over the sound system, increasing the intensity of the crowd’s roar.

“Never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”

The few opening keystrokes of “Soul on Fire” by Last Internationale chimed. A lull before the storm as the crowd seems to calm for only a moment before Delila Paz’s blues dominate the audio.

“Some are born to kill

Others are born to run

Some need to keep on takin'

Till you ain't got none”

A singular light appears before the curtains, on the other side is the outline of a large man. On the screen, we’re shown Xander Valentine holding onto the bars of a prison cell. He starts to bend the bars before the scene blurs.

“But baby, I wasn't built to die

Lay down and be crucified

Nah, no matter how hard they try

To push me down

Still I rise”

“Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)”

The curtain drops to reveal Xander. A quick salvo of pyros explodes in front of him before he steps through the smoke with an intense look on his face. He goes from one side of the stage to the next, yelling out to the crowd and throwing up his arms. He then stops at the top of the ramp and throws his arm up into the air. He starts down the ramp, Xander’s gaze affixed on the ring. The SCW World Championship sits around his waist.

Suffocate me until I am blue

To preserve my bad worldview

Paranoid, All Eyes On Me

Rumours circle, vultures feed

Baby, I wasn't built to die

Lay down and be crucified

Nah, no matter how hard they try

To push me down

Still I rise

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Soul on Fire (Soul, Soul, Soul, Soul)

Xander leaps up onto the apron in a single bound. Xander climbs up over the top rope and marches straight to the far side of the ring. He throws his arms up again, getting a massive pop. He goes to the opposite side and repeats to garner the same response. He hops down from the rope, and jogs into place, waiting for the bell.

Sharper: “Xander Valentine looks as focused as ever. Maybe the biggest challenge he’s ever had.”

Knots: “Waylon Creek looks as focused too. Something has to give. Waylon Creek has never been pinned. Never has submitted.”

Sharper: “Xander looks to stop him. Let’s go to the ring.”

The bell sounds. Jason Phillips steps forward as Aaron Demitra stands in the ring.

Phillips: “The following contest is scheduled for onefall with a sixty minute time limit for the SCW World Championship and is your main event of the evening! The referee in charge will be Senior Official Aaron Demitra.”

Demitra nods.

Phillips: “First, the challenger…”

Phillips turns to the corner to his left.

Phillips: “From Good Grief, Idaho, representing the Fall of Man, he is Waylon Creek!”

The crowd roars as Waylon Creek just looks at Xander, arms folded across his chest.

Phillips: “And his opponent…”

Phillips turns to Xander Valentine who unclips the World Championship.

Phillips: “Fighting out of Fort Collins, Colorado… from Rochester, New York… he is a SCW Hall of Famer and the reigning and defending SCW World Champion…the Paragon of Violence, the Executioner…. XANDER F’ING VALENTINE!”

Xander steps forward, holding up the title and letting out a yell. He then steps forward and hands the title to Aaron Demitra. Demitra holds the title over his head as the SCW World Championship logo comes across the screen.

Sharper: “Xander Valentine first arrived in SCW in 2005. For twenty years he’s been the dominant force in some way or another. He started his SCW career with twenty five wins before he was defeated by Josh Hudson, giving him his first loss. Waylon Creek enters this match having not been pinned or submitted as we just said. His only blemish is a tag loss and a loss in a four way match where he wasn’t involved in the fall.”

Knots: “So unless Xander is going be a coward, he needs to go through Waylon to hold onto that title!”

Demitra calls for the bell. The bell sounds. The crowd roars as Xander Valentine stretches out using the ropes and steps out. Waylon Creek steps out too and the two slowly walk up to one another. The crowd buzzes as the two unstoppable forces look at one another.

Sharper: “Face to face. San Antonio buzzing!”

Knots: “And I don’t think we’re going to be seeing too many armbars or hip tosses in this one. Shock and awe on both ends!”

The two continue to look at one another before they then both lock up in the middle of the ring. They push back on one another. They then stop and let go and look at one another. Immediately they lock up a second time. The two push back on one another as they neither moves as they keep pushing back on one another before they then let go and Waylon goes for the first right hand, but Xander blocks it and drills him with one of his own. Waylon staggers. Xander nails him with another hard right before pushing him into the ropes. He fires him off. Waylon bounces off and they run into one another, shoulder to shoulder, neither moving.

Sharper: “The irresistible force against the immoveable object!”

Knots: “This is a real feeling out process. No one else in the ring. Both focused on the other.”

Waylon then lunges and grabs at Xander, but Xander nails him in the ribs with a hard right and then another before turning and pushing him into the corner. Xander then hits a back elbow. He rears back and elbows him again and then hits a third elbow. Waylon pushes out and walks along the ropes. He then turns around and Xander heads over and grabs him and pulls him in before scooping him up and slamming him down. Waylon rolls over and gets up and moves back into the corner. Xander follows up and Creek kicks him in the stomach and then again before stepping up and just headbutting Xander. This staggers Xander as Xander falls to a knee. He gets up.

Sharper: “Creek with the headbutt and we know of the history of concussions for Xander.”

Knots: “And Xander was stagged by that!”

Xander turns and Creek runs over and nails him in the ribs with a hard right before hitting a snap jab to the jaw. Xander falls to the ropes. Creek then chops him hard in the back. Xander grimaces and spins around into the corner. Creek then nails him with a hard right to the ribs and then a left before then nailing him with a hard right before another and another and another.

Sharper: “Hard hip throw as Xander fights back. That boxing background paying dividends.”

Knots: “We said this would be a big fight feel. Back and forth. Throwing haymakers.”

Creek gets up and turns and Xander scoops him up and slams him down. Creek grimaces and fights back up. He then turns as Xander kicks him in the ribs. He then whips Creek into the ropes. Knots: “And he just absorbed that damage! That offense!”

Xander slowly gets up and Creek walks over to him and grabs him. He then hooks him up by the head and arm and then he hoists Xander up. The crowd erupts as he hoists him up and then holds him up, almost as if doing it because he can before hitting a hanging vertical suplex.

Xander rolls over and Creek grabs him and pulls him up and clubs him in the back once and then again and again. He then places Xander’s head between his legs. Knots: “He’s not going to stay down for anything.”

Sharper: “Well to note…outside of the Tactical Warfare, this is already his longest match. Could fatigue, could conditioning play a role? We’re going to find out.”

Sharper: “Fade to Black! Those may be the Consequences that matter!”

Knots: “Get the Canary in. Can he?”

Sharper: “Xander leaning back. He’s not going to let him. A few weeks ago, that’s how Creek broke it. That’s not an option here!”

Xander leans back as the crowd roars. Creek swings, trying to grab at the neck. He keeps moving his feet though as Xander tries to plant to force him down, but Creek keeps moving and nails Xander with a couple of side shots with his arms as he flails before then using his legs to push Xander back and then both go over the middle rope, dumping over to the floor with the lack of the top rope. Creek then gets up and winces, clearly holding his head and neck. He then lets out another yell as Xander stirs, holding his ribs. He then starts to pull him up before again going for the Consequences. He gets him up and Xander kicks his legs. Creek, realizing he can’t hit the move, counters by running forward, but Xander slides down and shoves Creek face first into the ringpost. Creek stumbles back and Xander hoists him up a second time and this time, he turns and hits a second Valhalla Has Fallen. He then stacks Creek up.

1!

2!

3!

Creek kicks out just after the three, but Demitra calls for the bell. The bell sounds. Xander falls back and rolls over. He looks at Creek, almost in awe.

Sharper: “My God! My God! Xander! He beat Waylon! He pinned Waylon!”

Knots: “Holy shit!”

Phillips: “Here is your winner, via pinfall, and STILL SCW World Champion…Xander Valentine!”

Sharper: “I don’t believe it.”

Knots: “And he kicked out…wasn’t it before three? No…No! It was inevitable!”

Xander slowly gets up as Demitra raises his arm and hands him the SCW World Championship. The crowd cheers as his music plays throughout the arena.

Sharper: “Creek even fighting to the end. Xander however…two Valhalla has Fallen and that puts him away. The ringpost shot too. Creek dazed long enough…”

Knots: “How?!”

Sharper: “That’s for Creek, for Heaven…The Fall of Man checked tonight in San Antonio by the Executioner!”

Knots: “Oh God…they’re not going to just this. This was supposed to be Creek’s crowning moment. They went through Amelia, they used Billy’s contract…it was also going to be the capping off of that Trios team. All to bring Creek to immortality! Now…”

Sharper: “Now…Waylon Creek…a bit human…but his first pinfall loss in SCW. And Xander Valentine is still World Champion. What a night in San Antonio. We’ll see you for Breakdown on the 27th!”

Xander continues to celebrate as the scene slowly fades to black…
