This is a really big deal. I know a lot of companies have come and gone, yet this is backed by a billionaire NFL owner. They have the cash to be serious and have got some pretty decent names so far. Sounds like WWE might have to pay Lesnar a stupid part time salary. I watched wrestling for the first time In 3 years with Sunday’s RR but I’m excited about this.

Can you imagine if ECW had a backer like this. Would of been sick. Hope they have a hardcore title.

Timing couldn’t be worse for WWE either with Vince all in on the XFL again for god knows what reason. XFL chances are slim to none to succeed but nevertheless Vince will be pre-occupied with his biggest threat since WCW right next to his doorstep.

Thoughts?

I definitely think it has potential and that it is good for the business. Vince can go donhis XFL thing but let HHH run WWE. I know it more than likely won’t happen until the old man croaks, but wishful thinking.
