Strengths:
Experience | Grande like Venti has wrestled in Mexico for many years. He knows a thing or two about how to wrestle by now and play to the crowd which he loves to do.

Unknown entity | Not much is known about El Lucho Grande. That gives him a slight edge over his opponents as well.

Toughness | Grande while a little slower than Venti he is certainly the tougher out of the pair!

Weaknesses:
Takes risks | He is a luchador, which of course means that Grande will take risks. This can be rewarding but can also cost him.

His mask | He is a luchador. The mystique surrounding his real identity is of the upmost importance. If opponents try to unmask him, he will most certainly run from the situation or poke his opponents in the eyes.

Trapdoors | He hates trapdoors believing they are the devil.

Entrance:
The arena goes dark and the opening riff of “Escribe Una Canción” starts to play. As the intro pauses, the sound of a shotgun being cocked is heard. As the music kicks back in, the camera angle changes to under the stage where El Lucho Grande is seen shaking his head profusely while pointing at the contraption that sends him into the air. Instead he leaps up and grabs onto the sides of the hole in the stage and pulls himself up instead in a far less endearing way… We can see Venti throwing his arms up into the air underneath the stage while Grande rolls onto the safely and leaps into the air on his own accord to a small pop of pyro…

Announcer: From Soconusco in Mexico… ELLLLLLLL LUCHOOOOO GRANDEEEEEE!!!

Grande looks back down the trapdoor and shakes his head again talking to someone before realizing he has a match entrance to finish.  Grande spins around and looks surprised at the fan turnout for this show.  But this does not deter him, and he immediately bursts to the ring. He hits the ring and slides in, rolling to a knee and spreading his arms with a bicep flex and pointing to the sky pose. He jumps up and throws his arms in the air and walks around the ring excitedly and waits for the match to begin, his manager Nate Patrick now somehow mysteriously stood at ringside from wherever he turned up from.

Biography:
El Lucho Grande and his tag partner El Lucho Venti are much loved masked wrestlers from Mexico and have years of experience between them. It is perhaps a little late in the day to make the transition to America but the pair would just say they are matured rather than old. Or they would if they spoke English. That may be an issue.
