The opening guitar to Prometheus by Audio Machine hit’s over the P.A system next with an explosion of sound. There’s a sudden pause and then a spotlight shines down onto the stage where we see Chris Cannon, he stands proudly on the stage with an aura of confidence about him.
Phillips: “Ladies and Gentleman, introducing at this time, Hailing from London, England by way of Hermosa Beach, CA... He weighed in tonight at two-hundred and thirty-five pounds... CHRIS CANNON"
The crowd has a mixed reaction for the British superstar as he begins to walk down towards the ring with a confident stride in his step. Cannon stops and turns to look at one fan that is extending a hand which he would slap normally but doesn't as he continues down to the ring.
Once at the bottom of the ramp Cannon then slides into the ring and then climbs the nearest turnbuckle and then raises his arm above his head holding a fist as the crowd mixed reaction continues…

In this instance however, it's professional wrestling. The Cannon name has been in the British wrestling circuit for many, many years and look no further than their rivals the Knight family which can easily attest to that little fact as well.
Chris Cannon is the youngest of four brothers and two sisters. The male contingent of the family all in some capacity broke in to pro wrestling, the two females opted for the glamour side of the entertainment business, in their case modelling. The speculation was rife that all four brothers were about to break onto the world stage, each earning deals with recognized companies. But a little over a year ago that dream became just that for three of them.
Michael, David and Scott Cannon all were arrested with relation to a string of criminal activity ranging from match fixing down to drug and money laundering effectively rendering all deals they had negotiated null and void. In light of that the Cannon family name had been all but destroyed. With the scandal in full swing among British media the deal Chris had negotiated with himself was also revoked at the time pending further investigation.
Chris was clean as a whistle however, he knew nothing about his brothers goings on and only wanted to try and compete at the highest level he possibly could. With a lot of motivation behind him, he pitched himself to every company who were willing to listen to him, hoping that one would take a chance. All he wanted to do was compete, and try his best to bring back some iota of pride, and prestige to a family name that had been severely damaged and dragged through the mud by his three older brothers.
GDW were the company that gave him that chance, and he grabbed that opportunity by the horns and made good on his word. Many doubted he would be able to succeed, and as his first championship opportunity ended in failure, he persevered and went on to challenge for the GDW Television Championship which was the hallmark moment for him as he won that belt in front of his home crowd at Wembley Stadium in front of over 90 thousand fans on the last night of the GDW World tour.
During this time in GDW, Chris cannon struck up a friendship with Kelcey Wallace as well as William Blake Mason which eventually would lead to Chris falling for the perfect ten as time went on and the pair got to know each other growing closer. Nothing would come of it however as at the time her soul focus was Rise to Greatness and the feud that was brewing with Cardinal Sin, which continued on into Apocalypse. Which leads to the reason why Chris Cannon has arrived in Supreme Championship Wrestling...
With Apocalypse now out of the bag, the build up to that event was one Chris had never envisioned happening. A close friend of his, Vanessa Shane was taken and almost hanged at the hands of Tatum McGraw, which was the final straw to break the camel’s back. Chris had seen so much wrong happening since moving to the United States to forge a new career for himself, he felt he had to do something himself to stop it for that was in his nature, now along with Kelcey Wallace and the perfect world he believes they can achieve that goal together.
2018:
Chris Cannon after a lengthy injury has finally returned to SCW to compete. His wife Kelcey Wallace having now retired from pro wrestling, Chris looks to rebrand himself and rebuild the legacy that was put on hold at the hands of a now reformed Blake Mason. Cannon know's what he wants and has his sights on many a prize, and with his new found determination he isn't going to allow anything to stop him.
