Wrestler's Real Name: Erik Szymon Holland

Weight: 281 lbs.
Birthdate: January 2, 1991
Birth Place: Krakow, Poland

Physical Description: The first thing you notice about Holland is that he is a deceptively large guy. Standing at 6'6", he is broadly built especially in the upper body, with long arms and legs for his size. Thick black hair that he has styled out into all kinds of wild styles, with copious amounts of Aquanet, hairspray, hair cement, whatever he and Lyric can get his hands on. His body is scarred from years of violent battles all over the world.

In the ring, his attire has changed to fit his Haunted character that he has revived. He wears a two strapped "caveman" style singlet. They're a series of outfits that Lyric has hand-painted with various horrific designs, and they change with virtually every match. Black tape around his wrists and one hand is taped around the palm. Wears thick black boots with equally thick black kneepads, and no elbowpads. Wears heavy, smeared eye makeup around his eyes and pale white contacts that reduce his pupils to about the size of a pinprick.

To the ring he wears a brand new ring jacket, sleeveless and reaches the floor much like a trenchcoat. These are also hand-painted by Lyric and match the design of whichever singlet he is wearing. He has gotten rid of the entrance mask; almost symbolically not wanting to hide his face anymore.

WRESTLING INFORMATION
-------------------------------------------------
Wrestling Style: Explosive Power/Brawler/Deathmatch. His offense comes not in sustained beat-downs but wild, sudden surges of brutality involving brawling, power moves and suplexes--and weapons, if the rules allow for it. Sometimes even if they don't.

Recently, Erik suffered a back injury during a match in Ireland that saw him take a Superplex off a ladder onto a guardrail. This caused a herniated disk in his back. He's going to continue to wrestle, but it is apparent that the injury affects Holland as you will see him move a little stiffer and slower around the ring, the injury robbing him of some of the speed and agility that was unusual for a man his size. His greatest asset, his strength, was not affected to a noticable degree.
Alignment (Face/Tweener/Heel): Tweener, leaning Face
Years Pro: 8
Theme Song:  "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" trailer (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYrcyROSjl0 00:00-00:18) into "The Haunted" by Walls of Jericho

Finishers:
1) The Toxic Avenger
2) Pandorum
Finishers Descriptions (If Needed):
1) Death Valley Driver. (OOC note: Please do not have Erik attempt this move unless he is to win the match. This is to protect the visual impact of the maneuver.)
2) John Cena's STFU. Yes, a sloppily applied STF, but he uses sheer brute strength rather than technical know how to absolutely tear at an opponent's neck with the applied crossface.

Signature Moves:
1)Plan 9 from Outer Space
2)Chopping Mall
3)The Re-Animator
4)The Move From Another World
5)TerrorVision

3) Tour of the Islands, or a rotating powerslam.
4) Release Dragon Suplex
5) Irish Curse Backbreaker. Sometimes strings anywhere from 3-6 consecutive ones, sometimes hits just one.

Spinebuster
Falling Chokeslam
Half and Half Suplex
German Suplex (Release)
Belly to Belly Overhead Suplex
Belly to Belly Side Suplex
Powerslam
Hip Toss
Back Body Drop
Big Boot
Fallaway Slam

Strengths:
Suplex Machine - Erik is incredibly strong and has a veteran understanding of leverage and how to position your body for suplexes, thus he can suplex just about anybody in this game in any variation you can think of. Superheavyweights he will have a problem with.

Ultraviolent Icon - He has a reputation in deathmatches as being one of the absolute sickest in the game. He gets creative with violent spots involving weapons, and only rivals guys like Cactus Jack or Sabu in how willing he is to put his body on the line to entertain the fans and win a match.

Won't Back Down - At this point in his career Erik Holland has been in just about every match you can think of against just about every opponent you can think of. This man is an animal; a wild dog, and doesn't back down from anyone who wants a fight with him. Lyric is just about the only one that can control him, and that's only when she wants to.

Weaknesses:
1. Too tough for his own good. Doesn't know when he is outmatched especially when he's injured.

2. His explosive style gets him into trouble. One move going a particular way or another can cost him as many matches as it will win for him.

3.Not a technical wrestler AT ALL. Pandorum is the one hold he knows, and that's just going to be good enough. Doesn't know the first thing about countering holds other than with sheer brute strength. Just relies on his toughness to help him survive submission holds rather than counter them.

Entrance:
"Introducing first, the manager, representing the Shieldmaidens, THIS! is Lyal "LYRIC" Allllennnnn! She represents from SILENT HILL, weighing 281 pounds, ERIK! HOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLANNNNND!

"Will you tell these fools I'm not crazy! Make them listen to me before it's too late!"

The arena suddenly goes completely pitch black.

"Listen to me. PLEASE listen. If you don't, if you won't...if you fail to understand, then the same incredible terror that's menacing me will STRIKE AT YOU!"

WE MUST SURVIVE!!!!!!

"The Haunted" ERUPTS over the sound system kicking up an air-raid siren style strobelight that pulses steadily but angrily on the stage. Lyal "Lyric" Allen comes bounding through the curtain first rocking her latest outrageous makeup and costume, waving to the crowd and bounding around like a super-ball. She heads to center stage as she sees her beloved charge Erik Holland advancing onto the stage. Holland turns around once, taking in the cheering crowd. Lyric wraps her arms around him, whispering something in his ear and then points at the ring, unleashing Erik Holland to make his way to the squared circle. He makes his way deliberately there, muttering to himself. Maybe he's talking to himself, talking to his fans, talking to his demons--we're not really sure, but he seems to be aware of the LOUD but mixed reaction that greets him, touching fists with his cheering fans--even going head to head with some, and ignoring the ones that are booing. Lyric is right behind him, slapping five with the fans, even getting a couple of hugs.

Erik and Lyric stop as they get to ringside, Lyric pulling him down for a kiss and last instructions before sending him tearing into the ring under the bottom rope. He lunges at the referee or the ring announcer, ending up sticking his head and upper body through the top and middle ropes as red strobes blaze all over the place. He stares out at the rolling, moshing swarm of fans, a sick smile playing across his scary-looking face. Lyric struts over and kisses him one more time then allows him to mug for the camera, spitting threats at his opponent (and perhaps the cameraman too) riling up the crowd even more, before he goes to each turnbuckle, acknowledging them by smashing his hand into the top buckle on all four corners.

Finally as the chaos begins to subside, Holland falls against a turnbuckle pad with his butt on the mat, muttering still, with a thousand yard stare locked onto the entryway. The lights return to normal and the music fades, as the crowd brings up one last roar ready for the fight.

Biography

Immigrated with his family from Krakow, Poland, and settled in New York City before later moving to Glens Falls. Took up wrestling after being shown pictures and footage from his father's days as a wrestler with a travelling circus. Due to developing mental problems Erik ended up being institutionalized when he was 14. However he responded to treatment and remained in custody until he was 18, when he was able to return home. Erik was encouraged to pursue a career as a professional wrestler to connect with his father, and began training in Portland at the Nightmare Factory run by two-time Hall of Famer Nightmare. The men clashed often, but Nightmare often says he had no better student.

Erik eventually crafted a persona that mixes his love of science fiction and horror visuals and over time added years of deathmatch and power wrestling experience to bring a full and frightening package to the ring. That approach has netted him three World Championship reigns, five Tag Team Championship reigns, being able to wrestle in multiple countries including Canada, Japan, Mexico, Ukraine, Brazil and China, and a developing relationship with his manager, Lyal "Lyric" Allen of the Shieldmaidens.
