Cassie was back in action this week taking on Holly Addams on Breakdown and on top of that, the teenager won’t be a teenager for much longer as Cassie was turning twenty on Tuesday! Can Cassie get the win as a birthday present for herself?

Yesterday was July 4th, commonly known as Independence Day or America’s Birthday, well, being an Aussie by birth it goes without saying why I didn’t really celebrate it yesterday and besides, I’ve got my own birthday to look forward too and that’s next week!

More specifically? Tuesday the 11th, yeah, part of me is glad that I wasn’t born on the 4th of July because then my birthday would definitely be overshadowed by the time I moved to the US with my parents a couple of years ago, hell it still feels like I was graduating from Hero Academy last night and the anniversary of my graduation is this month!

To be specific? I graduated a week and a day removed from my nineteenth birthday last year, ignoring the fact that Krystal had to quickly drag me back from the first stop on SCW’s India tour because she forgot all about it off course but from then on my wrestling career path was set! Since then my career’s had its ups and downs with the peak of my rookie year being the fact that I won my first two titles in the same week!

I don’t like to talk about how my single’s title reign ended and besides, I’ve ranted enough about that! I need to focus on the future especially with my birthday being days away and that starts with my next SCW Match against Holly Addams!

”So we’re all set for the trip to Italy right?” I asked my girlfriends as they went over the checklist, the other SCW is hosting a show in Rome next week and when I found out that I’m actually Krystal’s half-sister, it came with the revelation that I’m Italian Australian on my birth mother’s side, I can’t ask my mom where in Italy her family is from because, well, she was dead before I was old enough to form memories and I haven’t gotten around to asking my mom yet! Point is? I’m using that SCW show as an excuse to host a birthday party in a foreign country! ”Everything’s set up for the party, I just want to make sure we’re ready!”

”Cassie, just relax! I know you’ve been stressing about this all week but it’s a milestone birthday for you!” Becky assured me and I grinned in response as Zoey went over her list. ”Not as big as your twenty first birthday but that’s over a year away!”

”And one we’ll need to hide her from Fenris for because you just know he’ll want to take her out for a celebration!” Zoey responded with a grin and I nodded in agreement knowing my liver would not survive a bar crawl with that Icelandic Wrestler! ”But yeah, don’t worry Cass, everything is in place!”

”Do I look worried? Don’t answer that!” I responded before Sandie came up to us and I bent over to give the Golden Lab some affection. ”And who knows? Maybe as I get older I’ll make less older wrestlers feel old! then again I’ve seen Chelsea Skye do the same and she’s five years older than me!”

”And you’ve seen her do a lot more than just that, we watch her porn vids, remember?” Becky asked and I grinned sheepishly before nodding. ”I’d say that at least she’s a wrestler we want to see naked but I don’t think I’ve ever seen an ugly female wrestler!”

”Or a male wrestler!” Zoey joked and we gave her a curious look. ”Hey, even as a gay girl I gotta admit, the ratio between hot chicks and handsome guys in wrestling is about even!”

”How about we just focus on packing this stuff?” I asked and the other girls nodded before we did just that.

Happy early birthday to me!

”You know what’s weird to me? The fact that the 19th of this month will be my first-year anniversary of graduating from Hero Academy, throw in the fact that my twentieth birthday is the week before and yeah, I’ve had a hell of a rookie year, haven’t I? And after I got ghosted by the first fed I joined I found myself here in SCW.” I stated as the SCW logo appeared on the green screen behind me. ”Oh, this? Early birthday present from my mom, she’s going on vacation next week and she gave me my presents early! And speaking of presents? This week on Breakdown I’m giving myself n early Birthday Present with a win over Holly Addams!”

This will be good.

”I mean, it’s not quite the Addams Family but it’ll do!” I added as the green screen showed a still from the Addams Family Cartoon. ”Huh, the Addams Family had a cartoon? Might have to watch that later, anyway Holly, I don’t know if anyway Holly, I don’t know if your creepy and your cooky, or mysterious or spooky and I’m pretty damn sure that you don’t live in a museum but what I do know is that I’m going to beat you!”

Sorry, not sorry!

”And if you’ve got the Addams Family theme song stuck in your head right now? Good!” I said with a slight laugh to myself. ”What? That theme song is catchy! Look, I couldn’t find much info on thus chick and I looked, don’t blame me for grasping at straws here! But even with that in the back of my mind? I’m still gonna win this match one way or another!”

It's that simple.

”But I can at least expect a good fight out of Holly right? Especially with all the jokes I’ve made about her surname!” I added as a picture of Holly was loaded onto the Greek Screen. ”And from there> who knows? I’ve had a crappy year, we both know that, but a win here would set me back on the right track, sorry Holly but I’m not going down without a fight!”

And with that I decided to wrap things up.

”So, yeah, one year removed from my nineteenth birthday and my Hero Academy Graduation and I still feel the need to prove myself? Guess I’ll have to get used to that going forward but Holly?” I asked before snapping my fingers twice. ”Maybe by the end of the night you’ll wish you had enlisted Uncle Fester’s help! Too all my fans? In a world of fake queens and annoying catchy theme songs? Be a Rebel Princess! To Holly? Be ready for a fight or learn why I’m Hungry Like the Wolfe and that won’t be mysterious and spooky! See you then!”

I turned off the camera as the scene fades.
