Entrance:
The lights go out. A purple strobe light shines on the entrance. One More Diamond by Elliot Goldenthal kicks in. The ever exotic Persephone walks out taking her place in the strobe light, joining her is her tag team partner Kaycee Caprice. Both walk down to the ring with the strobe light following them. When they reach the ring apron, Persephone walks towards the ring steps as Kaycee hops on the ring apron. Persephone walks the apron to join her tag partner. Both enter the ring at the same time. The lights come back on. Persephone ascends to the middle turnbuckle posing in all her glory as Kaycee looks on. Sophie’s arms slowly rise up so that they are extended outwards from her sides in a crucifix like pose. She soaks up the response from the crowd. Finally Sophie and Mark begin to make their way towards the ring. Sophie is to the ring area and then climbs up onto the ring apron and then steps into the ring. Mark follows suit. Sophie holds her arms outstretched in another crucifix like pose.)

Gimmick/Personality (NEEDED): 

Mark O’Brian is not the sharpest knife in the draw. But what he lacks in intelligence he makes up for in raw power and ruthless aggression. Mark O’Brian is like a Sherman tank that mows through the competition. He also tends to be a little impulsive, acting first and thinking later, if he bothers to think at all. You may not know it from how much they argue and bicker, but Mark does care for his sister Sophie. In fact, Mark is very protective of her. In fact, Sophie will, if at all possible, be at ringside for his matches.

Wrestler Biography:

Sophie O'Brian and her brother Mark had a difficult life growing up. Their father was an abusive drunk. Mark learned to stand up for himself and fight back but Sophie and her mother would get routinely beaten. This was where professional wrestling came in. Sophie knew that learning the art of self-defense would be invaluable. Therefore she entered the Braddock Wrestling School, where she met Glory Braddock, the daughter of Glenn Braddock who happened to own the school. They became fast friends. Mark would enter the school as well. Glory, Mark, and Sophie were at the top of their class and would get nicknamed "Trinity" by the other students.

Glenn Braddock had always taught his students that the match was never over until that final bell rang, and to always fight with ruthless aggression until you have secured the pin fall or the submission. The final instructions he gave to this particular graduating class that included Glory and the O’Brian siblings was simple: “A professional wrestler is, him or herself, a lethal weapon. Know this and use this knowledge and ability you have wisely.” Glory Braddock, Glenn’s daughter, took it to mean that she needed to be careful and not to hurt people just because she could. Mark and Sophie, however, interpreted things a little differently. They The O’Brian siblings interpreted this as meaning a philosophy of total war: complete and utter destruction of the opposition. Win by any means necessary.

The song begins to rage full bore now.  Suddenly the lights come back on and Kimberly Williams is standing at the top of the stage to a loud, mostly positive, reaction from the fans.  A sinister smirk is on her face as she ponders what she is about to do tonight.  She winks at the fans before pointing towards the ring and making a beeline towards it.  She slides into the ring underneath the bottom rope.  Kimberly then poses in the center of the ring to another loud reaction from the fans.  The music slowly dies down and Kimberly goes to a corner to await the start of the match.

Alignment (Face/Heel/Neutral): FACE! Babyface! Sorta. Chaotic Good

A chaotic good character acts as his conscience directs him with little regard for what others expect of him. He makes his own way, but he's kind and benevolent. He believes in goodness and right but has little use for laws and regulations. He hates it when people try to intimidate others and tell them what to do. He follows his own moral compass, which, although good, may not agree with that of society.

She is the identical twin sister of fellow professional wrestler “The Phoenix” Marie Jones.  They may look identical but they are polar opposites in terms of personality.  Kimberly is very much the definition of a loose cannon and a wild card.  She loves to have fun and she will do things on a  whim. Even Marie has a difficult time controlling her.

While she may be different and very unique, Kim is still very much confident and comfortable in her own skin.  She is so confident that she does not feel it is necessary to win as many titles as humanly possible in order to prove how good a wrestler she is; Kim already knows she is good and does not feel the need to prove it to anyone else by winning a world title or any other title, for that matter.  She has, and probably will again, turn her nose up at world championship opportunities.  Some may view this as disrespect towards wrestling but Kim doesn’t intend it as disrespect.  She just feels that she has nothing to prove.

Much like Joker from the Dark Knight, Kim believes chaos is fair.  She often finds the rules and structures of professional wrestling companies to be hypocritical, bent or outright broken at will. If you won’t hold strong to the rules you set in place, then why have those rules or any rules in the first place?  Kim is a firm believer in fairness and justice but she does not have confidence in the structures set in place by any promotion or in society to establish justice and fairness.  She will often times take matters into her own hands.

Still having trouble getting a grasp of Kim's personality?  It's ok, even Kim has trouble.  Kim has the deadly skills of Black Widow and the mouth of Deadpool both of marvel comics fame.  Throw in a dash of Missy's brilliance (if you're a Doctor Who fan) then that's Kim.  Deadly skills of a master assassin, genius strategic intelligence, and the mouth of a lunatic.

As crazy as she is, she DOES take her craft, her wrestling, seriously. Please do not make the mistake that she’s just a clown having fun. She does try to have fun and entertain but she also takes the matches seriously.


Strengths:
-Extremely intelligent and very good strategist.
-Few can match her technical/submission wrestling skills.
-She has an overwhelming ability to take pain and keep coming back.

Weaknesses:
-She is chaotic, she is crazy. She can become distracted.
-Remember how I mentioned she’s like a mix of Deadpool, Black Widow, and Missy? Yeah, she can snap on a whim and just throw the rules out of the window, easily causing a disqualification or worse.
-She doesn’t do well against a power based attack.

Favorite Hardcore/Deathmatch Spots

Note: She’s very creative and can come up with just about anything on a whim, but these spots are some of her favorites.

• A suplex of any variety onto a pile of broken glass and thumb tacks.
• Kim will apply the Angel’s Arch (lion tamer) directly in the center of the pile of broken glass and thumbtacks, or directly over a barbed wire chair or barbed wire table, forcing the opponent to have to crawl through the sharp objects to get to the ropes.
• Usage of a bed of barbed wire.
• A hose/water pistol/etc that shoots/sprays extremely hot and spicy ghost pepper hot sauce into the eyes and face of her opponent.
• She will almost always use her stuffed penguin toy.  It’s name is Wasley and it is not stuffed with your typical soft plushy stuff.  It’s stuffed with lead weights that make it a deadly weapon.
• Betty White is a glove with knives at the fingertips, just like the Freddy Krueger glove.  Kim will use this only in intensely personal deathmatches.
• She will use a duplicate Infinity Gauntlet as a sort of brass knucks.

OTHER NOTES

Kimberly is eccentric, she may appear to be genuinely insane, but for the most part it is an act to make everyone either fear her or underestimate her.  In truth Kimberly is always thinking two, three, or four steps ahead.  She is the ultimate chess player in that she is always plotting long term rather than short term.

As part of fun-loving, eccentric, and somewhat insane nature she will utilize rather unique "weapons" such as an infinity gauntlet (yes, THAT infinity gauntlet) used as a sort of brass knucks.  She has a penguin plush toy only the stuffing has been taken out and replaced with heavy lead weights, turning it into a deadly weapon.  This penguin's name is Tommy Wasley named after her boyfriend in Emerge.  She has also been known to utilize a staplegun against her enemies.  And if you really piss her off she'll have no issues with making a shank out of anything she can find and try to stab her enemy.  She has a Freddy Krueger style glove with knives for fingers that she calls "Betty White". She also has a Dalek that will occasionally follow her to the ring.

Entrance Description:

The lights turn a violent shade of red for the next contest, as strobe lighting goes off. The intro to Within Temptation’s “The Howling” kicks in as the big screen lights up with the name ‘Kayla Marie S. Jones’. Out from behind the curtain steps Kayla Jones, a broad smile upon her face as she stretches out a fist in the air. She slowly begins to make her way down to the ring; arms outstretched as she high fives some of the fans at the barriers. Kayla reaches ringside, making a lap around the ring as she meets and greets some of her fans along the way. She hops up onto the apron, rising her fist in the air once more before flipping over the ropes. She spins on the spot, before dropping to her knees, arms stretched into the air as a blast of pyro emits from each of the four turnbuckles.



Personality: Being stubborn is a character trait that runs in the Jones family, but most especially within Jones women, and Kayla Jones has that stubborn streak possibly moreso than any of the other Jones women. She is the younger sister of the Jones family matriarch Angelica Jones. Kayla also has a mouth on her and doesn't mind talking back to anyone, no matter who they are. She doesn't take shit off of anyone.  Before she was a wrestler she was a model and thus she knows how gorgeous she is and isn't afraid to advertise it.  Everyone #NeedsMoreKayla...

Interesting bit to note: Kayla has a history of neck injuries, after breaking her neck once before in a match. It's one of her few weak points.

To explain its simplicity (yeah rightƒº), it is a fed that basis itself around two simple principles, and indeed two separate deadlines. Deadline one; (Friday Nights 2359 EST) you have to post an rp (2,500 word limit) which you can use any style you choose, CD, Shoot, or a mixture of both. Deadline two (Sunday Nights 2359 EST, you will send a 'shoot' to a designated inbox (Emerge) - and both rps are judged against your opponent. The difference, this second shoot doesn¡¦t see the light of day until the show is posted, and it is these shoots that form the basis of the segments on the show. Think old school WWF and you'll realise what I mean. This also means you get to think outside the box for your shoots, be wacky or simply threatening, totally up to you. I will write other segments I'll need to write for flow etc, but this show will focus primarily on the wrestling more than anything and not be as story driven as the SCW

Judging, well there will be no magical formula to go by, as I¡¦ve found over the years that things just get more and more complicated if you do that. It will simply be a case of who I believe wrote the best rp, who sold the match best and more important than anything kept me interested (not an easy thing to do lol)

Now, you can use the fed as you will. Perhaps you want to try and character before stepping up to the main roster. All good, just let me know. Maybe the thought of being EMERGE champion appeals, cool. It's all up to you. All I need to go forth with this is interest. I get the numbers, this will work. Get enough people; I'll have more titles... etc. Olek has mentioned that EMERGE characters could appear on the main show on occasion if the handler wished etc. It's pretty much a blank canvas on where we go with it

Everything will all be based on this forum, and the show will actually run every THREE weeks, so it's not too much of a burden on schedules. It will be a three show, then PPV format, again very much like NXT and their TAKEOVER events
